[00:00.000 --> 00:05.320] The Bill of Rights contains the first 10 amendments of our Constitution. [00:05.320 --> 00:09.320] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [00:09.320 --> 00:10.720] Our liberty depends on it. [00:10.720 --> 00:14.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way to remember [00:14.720 --> 00:16.820] your First Amendment rights. [00:16.820 --> 00:18.400] Privacy is under attack. [00:18.400 --> 00:22.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [00:22.000 --> 00:26.800] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [00:26.800 --> 00:31.880] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [00:31.880 --> 00:34.560] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [00:34.560 --> 00:38.840] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search [00:38.840 --> 00:42.400] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [00:42.400 --> 00:44.600] Start over with Startpage. [00:44.600 --> 00:47.680] Spar, it's what fighters do. [00:47.680 --> 00:50.720] It's also how I remember the five guarantees of the First Amendment. [00:50.720 --> 00:54.360] If you plan to take away my rights, I'm going to spar with you. [00:54.360 --> 01:01.480] Spar with an extra P, S for speech, P for press, another P for petition, A for assembly, [01:01.480 --> 01:02.840] and R for religion. [01:02.840 --> 01:06.920] Most Americans are familiar with the First Amendment guarantees of free speech, press, [01:06.920 --> 01:10.760] assembly, and religion, but petition for redress is another matter. [01:10.760 --> 01:14.480] We have the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. [01:14.480 --> 01:18.000] It means that if we're unhappy with what's going on in our government, we can spell out [01:18.000 --> 01:20.680] the reasons without fear of being thrown into jail. [02:12.240 --> 02:14.320] Start over with StartPage. [02:14.320 --> 02:20.160] When I think of the Second Amendment, I visualize myself wrapping my two arms around the Bill [02:20.160 --> 02:22.240] of Rights in a big old bear hug. [02:22.240 --> 02:26.720] It's how I remember that the Second Amendment guarantees us the right to bear arms, arms [02:26.720 --> 02:30.560] that embrace our freedoms and won't let anyone take them away without a fight. [02:30.560 --> 02:31.560] Get it? [02:31.560 --> 02:33.880] Two arms, bear hug, bear arms? [02:33.880 --> 02:37.480] The late Senator Hubert Humphrey captured the spirit of the Second Amendment so well [02:37.480 --> 02:43.240] when he said, the right of the citizens to bear arms is just one guarantee against arbitrary [02:43.240 --> 02:47.360] government, one more safeguard against the tyranny, which now appears remote in America, [02:47.360 --> 02:50.400] but which historically has proved to always be possible. [02:50.400 --> 02:52.400] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [02:52.400 --> 03:21.160] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [03:23.000 --> 03:46.280] the right of the citizens to bear arms is just one guarantee against arbitrary government, [03:46.280 --> 04:04.120] one more safeguard against the tyranny, which now appears remote in America, but which [04:04.120 --> 04:29.680] now appears remote in America, but which now appears remote in America, but which [04:29.680 --> 04:43.580] now appears remote in America, but which now appears remote in America, but which [04:43.580 --> 04:54.740] weren't here last night. This is a major change in law. There was a woman in McKinney, [04:54.740 --> 04:59.940] she actually contacted me when this occurred, and I told her to go ahead and file criminal [04:59.940 --> 05:05.060] charges against him. I don't know if she did or not, but she got this attorney. She [05:05.060 --> 05:15.380] was renting out this house and some guy kidnapped a young girl and they chased him into the [05:15.380 --> 05:22.620] house and barricaded himself in. He let the girl go, but wouldn't come out. And they [05:22.620 --> 05:28.500] finally went in with tear gas and the SWAT team just destroyed the house. [05:28.500 --> 05:36.500] Came in every single window, mowed her back fence down, tore up everything. Like they [05:36.500 --> 05:41.620] just tore up everything they could. And she went to the city and the city said, well, [05:41.620 --> 05:49.300] they're just doing their job and they have immunity. Well, she found an anachronym, an [05:49.300 --> 06:00.900] oddity, a lawyer who could think, if you can believe that. And he thought this amounts [06:00.900 --> 06:11.300] to imminent domain. They came onto that property through their power of imminent domain. They [06:11.300 --> 06:22.940] can't be accused of trespassing because the city has this power and that goes to an eminent [06:22.940 --> 06:31.420] domain and improper taking under eminent domain. So he sued them under that. [06:31.420 --> 06:37.340] And I guess they appealed it all the way up to the fifth and the fifth agreed with them. [06:37.340 --> 06:49.020] They won that one. That is earth shattering. Every municipality in the country is now shaking [06:49.020 --> 06:56.020] in their boots. They can't send their policemen in there like a bunch of jackbooted thugs [06:56.020 --> 07:02.100] and destroy everything in front of them because now the city is going to have to pay for it. [07:02.100 --> 07:12.740] In the report I read, all the cities around the country are asking these guys not to appeal. [07:12.740 --> 07:20.140] I think it's because they see it as a good, solid ruling. And if they appeal to the Supreme [07:20.140 --> 07:26.100] and the Supreme agrees with the fifth, then it becomes law in all circuits instead of [07:26.100 --> 07:27.100] just the fifth. [07:27.100 --> 07:35.780] That's too scary. No, please don't appeal it. Let it only be this big. It's big enough [07:35.780 --> 07:36.780] already. [07:36.780 --> 07:42.740] Yeah. Don't, don't try to get this off your back because you might put it on our back, [07:42.740 --> 07:48.340] but I don't think that's going to help them because everybody in these other jurisdictions [07:48.340 --> 07:55.780] have saw this happening in the fifth. Everybody else is going to be doing the same thing, [07:55.780 --> 08:01.020] which includes, do you know what circuit Minneapolis is in? [08:01.020 --> 08:02.020] No idea. [08:02.020 --> 08:10.300] Anyway, Minneapolis, Minnesota. There was a guy there who sued the, the tax collector [08:10.300 --> 08:17.420] assessor who sold his property at a tax sale and had a whole bunch of money left over and [08:17.420 --> 08:24.540] decided to keep it. And this is what the tax assessor had been doing. So this gave the [08:24.540 --> 08:34.340] tax assessor a really good reason to force you into a situation where you had to sell [08:34.340 --> 08:42.060] your, where he had to sell your property because he gets all the overages. So the court said [08:42.060 --> 08:47.100] that's also an imminent domain, improper, imminent domain taking. They can no longer [08:47.100 --> 08:49.100] keep the overages. [08:49.100 --> 08:50.100] That's really great. [08:50.100 --> 09:01.220] It was interesting that I had just, the day before yesterday, I helped a woman collect [09:01.220 --> 09:11.380] the overage in her foreclosure case. We filed an action with the County Clerk's Office [09:11.380 --> 09:21.500] who sold it to get them to give the $240,000 in overages back. So odd that that should [09:21.500 --> 09:27.300] happen at that time. We have two of these cases pushing imminent domain. Now a few years [09:27.300 --> 09:35.940] ago we had an imminent domain case that was real ugly. Here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area [09:35.940 --> 09:48.140] we have Northeast Mall. It was an indoor mall and it started at 820, loop 820, loops around [09:48.140 --> 09:57.300] Fort Worth at the north side and went halfway down to Pipeline Road. Well, they decided [09:57.300 --> 10:01.420] they wanted to buy up all the property all the way down to the Pipeline Road and turn [10:01.420 --> 10:06.020] it all into a huge strip mall. Well, it was a housing community. [10:06.020 --> 10:09.220] Yeah, lots of neighborhoods all around it. [10:09.220 --> 10:16.300] Yeah, and they didn't want to sell. But the city went in and said, we can make more money [10:16.300 --> 10:23.860] with this property, more tax revenue from commercial that we can residential. So we're [10:23.860 --> 10:28.700] going to take all your property. We had to buy it all, but we're going to buy all your [10:28.700 --> 10:34.660] property and you have to sell it to us. And then we're going to sell it to these developers. [10:34.660 --> 10:43.060] Well, they took that all the way to the Supreme and the Supreme gave a great ruling. They [10:43.060 --> 10:51.460] said, not our business. This is Texas state business and we're not going to interfere [10:51.460 --> 11:02.620] with the state of Texas. Texas law says you can do this. It does not violate the US Constitution. [11:02.620 --> 11:06.740] So we're not going to interfere. Well, all these patriots are just jumping up and down [11:06.740 --> 11:12.020] and railing in righteous indignation about the inequity of it all. I told them, wait [11:12.020 --> 11:17.900] a minute, guys. This is an excellent ruling by the feds. [11:17.900 --> 11:20.620] Yeah, you can't have it both ways. [11:20.620 --> 11:27.340] Right. We're not going to interfere with state law. Had they interfered with state [11:27.340 --> 11:33.340] law, I'd had been up in arms about that. But they did exactly what they should have [11:33.340 --> 11:41.860] did. And what they said, if you don't like this, change Texas law. But this is law in [11:41.860 --> 11:47.740] Texas and this is how it stands. So that that was one on eminent domain and on the bad side. [11:47.740 --> 11:56.740] Well, this was on eminent domain on a whole different level. Now, if the police damage [11:56.740 --> 12:04.100] something that belongs to you, the police don't have to pay for it. The municipality [12:04.100 --> 12:15.300] or the county does because it becomes an eminent domain, improper taking. And I was, last week [12:15.300 --> 12:21.940] I talked about what we're going after with Victoria County. And I think we're going [12:21.940 --> 12:33.220] to find this all over the state. When they do a seizure, there is a special kind of suit [12:33.220 --> 12:40.660] they have to file and the jurisdictions keep a separate file of these suits. It's actually [12:40.660 --> 12:50.820] an in rim suit. They sue whatever the property is. And so I had them give me two or three [12:50.820 --> 13:01.700] months of suits of this type. The in rim? The in rims, the one specifically for asset [13:01.700 --> 13:07.500] forfeiture. They had that in a separate file, so they didn't have to pull it from the general [13:07.500 --> 13:22.580] files. And I found these people are, in every one of them, they, what's the word, didn't [13:22.580 --> 13:32.060] abandon their property. They turned over the property to the state and everyone who was [13:32.060 --> 13:42.620] charged with the crime had the charges dropped, every single one. But that wasn't the biggest [13:42.620 --> 13:43.620] problem. [13:43.620 --> 13:55.940] When I looked at that, they forfeited their property in order to get the charges dismissed. [13:55.940 --> 14:05.900] It's bribery. You're bribing the prosecutor to drop their charges. But it wasn't the worst. [14:05.900 --> 14:12.700] The worst were these cases where they are confiscating a lot of money. One of them was [14:12.700 --> 14:20.100] 79,000, one of them 100 and something thousand. And there never were any charges filed. I [14:20.100 --> 14:33.380] said, wait a minute. The circumstances under which you can forfeit property are very specific [14:33.380 --> 14:44.460] in law. There's several codes under which property can be forfeited. The primary one [14:44.460 --> 14:51.460] is the penal code. But under the penal code, property is only subject to forfeiture if [14:51.460 --> 14:59.860] it's used in or the profits from the commission of a second or third degree felony. I'm sorry, [14:59.860 --> 15:02.380] a first or second degree felony. [15:02.380 --> 15:05.740] Yeah, that's pretty specific. [15:05.740 --> 15:08.700] So it has to be a first or second degree felony. Yeah, so. [15:08.700 --> 15:09.700] So pretty severe. [15:09.700 --> 15:17.220] They're taking this property and there are no charges at all. So what is that? [15:17.220 --> 15:19.220] Improper taking. [15:19.220 --> 15:28.420] Yeah. What authority does the state have to accept this property? That's bribery. That's [15:28.420 --> 15:35.740] money laundering. Let's say I'm a drug dealer and I'm doing a couple of million a month [15:35.740 --> 15:43.500] out of Victoria County. Every three or four months, I direct the sheriff to a place to [15:43.500 --> 15:51.900] go where you'll find a whole bunch of cash if he can in a gambling joint that I operate. [15:51.900 --> 15:56.100] And he'll find all this cash there. And the sheriff goes there and he finds all this cash [15:56.100 --> 16:07.500] and he seizes it. And then the guy forfeits the cash to the state. And the sheriff never [16:07.500 --> 16:18.340] charges him with anything. How does that work? That's that forfeiture scam right on his face. [16:18.340 --> 16:25.980] And that is absolutely improper taking. So since these guys are criminals, they're not [16:25.980 --> 16:34.300] going to try to get their money back. But I can get it back with a private attorney general [16:34.300 --> 16:39.900] suiting the fed. I can collect their money. [16:39.900 --> 16:46.540] Sounds great. They might not like it though. [16:46.540 --> 16:56.780] It could get iffy. These are pretty bad guys. I might eliminate their scam. Hang on, Randy [16:56.780 --> 17:20.620] Carp, I'm going to try and get rid of you. [17:20.620 --> 17:38.540] I'm going to try and get rid of you. [17:38.540 --> 17:58.460] I'm going to get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [17:58.460 --> 18:20.220] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [18:20.220 --> 18:43.940] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [18:43.940 --> 19:06.900] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [19:06.900 --> 19:34.700] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [19:34.700 --> 19:54.180] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [19:54.180 --> 20:13.660] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [20:13.660 --> 20:33.140] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [20:33.140 --> 20:55.620] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [20:55.620 --> 21:15.100] I'm going to try and get rid of you. I'm going to try and get rid of you. [21:15.100 --> 21:25.380] They subject me to false imprisonment. Well, that's harm. Are they arresting me and subjecting [21:25.380 --> 21:32.500] to me to that harm under imminent domain? Can I make an imminent domain claim based [21:32.500 --> 21:48.940] on that? I certainly want to try to. If this is worded right, it may have effectively eliminated [21:48.940 --> 22:00.900] sovereign immunity for municipalities and counties or for governmental agencies. [22:00.900 --> 22:12.660] If we can hold the, in the case of a municipal police department, if we can hold the municipality [22:12.660 --> 22:23.580] responsible and claim the only way their policemen can come into my property is under their power [22:23.580 --> 22:33.740] of imminent domain. Otherwise, it would be in violation of law, in violation of constitution. [22:33.740 --> 22:45.060] Yeah, they got to do it. There's a part of enforcing law. I got that part, but I'm not [22:45.060 --> 22:53.740] going to be held responsible. If you come in and take harm me, damage me while you're [22:53.740 --> 23:01.260] arresting somebody else or doing your job, and you can only do that because you have [23:01.260 --> 23:09.420] this power of imminent domain, you should be responsible. This will eviscerate sovereign [23:09.420 --> 23:21.500] immunity. At least I hope it does. Anyway, I guess that's about all I got on that. [23:21.500 --> 23:27.300] Well, it definitely seems like a great new angle to take on what we all knew was wrong [23:27.300 --> 23:28.820] in the first place. [23:28.820 --> 23:36.420] Yeah, so how do we set them up for it? One thing I definitely want to do is the asset [23:36.420 --> 23:45.220] forfeiture, a private attorney general suit. These guys are paying a lot of money into [23:45.220 --> 23:51.900] these jurisdictions so they can run their illegal scams, and it allows the sheriff's [23:51.900 --> 24:03.900] department and the courts to buy really expensive toys. So, let's see if we can put an end [24:03.900 --> 24:08.140] to that. [24:08.140 --> 24:13.300] I don't like the fact that the police feel like my property is their personal domain. [24:13.300 --> 24:19.900] They can come and storm through my house and move on to my property and do anything they [24:19.900 --> 24:30.220] want to and claim they're doing it under their powers law enforcement. And this thing of [24:30.220 --> 24:38.700] asset forfeiture, if what I think is going on, what appears to be going on, the asset [24:38.700 --> 24:43.460] forfeiture scam is more than just an asset forfeiture scam where you take money from [24:43.460 --> 24:52.460] citizens. It looks like a pay to play for criminals. [24:52.460 --> 24:55.540] Yeah, exactly. [24:55.540 --> 25:03.900] What it appears, so those criminals are not going to go in and ask for their money back. [25:03.900 --> 25:11.380] But there is a doctrine to handle that. It's called a private attorney general suit. I [25:11.380 --> 25:20.620] could go in and sue for them in the capacity of private attorney general. Now, I'm not [25:20.620 --> 25:24.500] a private attorney general. You got these patriots out there. They're going to go out [25:24.500 --> 25:29.580] and be a private attorney general. There is no such thing. Private attorney general suit [25:29.580 --> 25:36.700] is just a name the federal courts gave to a certain kind of suit that they allow in [25:36.700 --> 25:39.980] their jurisdictions. [25:39.980 --> 25:48.380] Let's say you get damaged by the grass police. Jerry out there knows about that. He went [25:48.380 --> 25:56.780] into the federal courts and sued them over the grass police trespassing on his property [25:56.780 --> 26:06.700] and interfering with his peaceful enjoyment of his property. He won. I think Jerry might [26:06.700 --> 26:12.420] have been well advised to do a private attorney general suit because the reason for the private [26:12.420 --> 26:19.260] attorney general suit is generally it goes to issues that aren't of great import like [26:19.260 --> 26:23.940] traffic tickets and city ordinances and such. [26:23.940 --> 26:30.580] When you get a couple hundred dollar fine, it's not worth spending 10 or 20 thousand [26:30.580 --> 26:34.460] dollars in a lawsuit to adjudicate that issue. [26:34.460 --> 26:40.940] Yeah, and most people are not going to take as much time as Jerry had to invest a significant [26:40.940 --> 26:46.860] amount of his own time and effort to take it through all of those steps. [26:46.860 --> 26:54.380] Yes. What they're saying is in order to address this type of issue, we will allow a private [26:54.380 --> 27:01.660] attorney general suit. Well, let's expand that. Now we have a situation where the jurisdictions [27:01.660 --> 27:13.300] are using their power and position to extort money from criminals in order to keep them [27:13.300 --> 27:23.540] from prosecuting the criminals. Well, they're mistreating the criminals. This is extortion. [27:23.540 --> 27:31.820] Well, it's also a violation of their authority to exist as an office because their whole [27:31.820 --> 27:35.220] purpose is to suppress crime, not facilitate it. [27:35.220 --> 27:42.420] Exactly. But the poor criminal, they're having all their money sucked up by these public [27:42.420 --> 27:49.700] officials and they're being harmed, but they're not in a position to be able to protect themselves. [27:49.700 --> 27:58.060] So we come in with a private attorney general suit and see on behalf of ourselves and all [27:58.060 --> 28:05.540] others similarly situated, get, pursue an order for the county or the jurisdiction to [28:05.540 --> 28:13.380] repay all of those monies that they've taken from someone where they dismissed charges [28:13.380 --> 28:18.300] against them or never filed charges against them at all. [28:18.300 --> 28:21.900] If the charges were dismissed. [28:21.900 --> 28:26.020] Let me just for a moment, devil's advocate here. Let me just, how could you head this [28:26.020 --> 28:32.620] off at the pass from an attorney on the other side saying, oh, well, let's look at similarly [28:32.620 --> 28:39.500] situated and let's make sure that that class, because you're not a criminal. So you're [28:39.500 --> 28:46.460] coming in here and you're saying this happened in this one case, but all of these guys, oh, [28:46.460 --> 28:50.460] those are criminals. They're running all these illegal gambling joints and whatever. [28:50.460 --> 28:57.020] Objection. Objection, your honor. These people were never charged with a crime or these other [28:57.020 --> 29:00.940] people were charged with a crime, but the charges were dropped. So you can't be calling [29:00.940 --> 29:02.820] these people criminals. [29:02.820 --> 29:03.820] Great. [29:03.820 --> 29:12.220] Yeah. They're ordinary poor people being mistreated by the mean old government. [29:12.220 --> 29:18.420] Yeah. They just were, they had a poker game and happened to have $179,000 sitting on the [29:18.420 --> 29:23.540] table and, you know, it just got taken away. They didn't get charged with anything. [29:23.540 --> 29:29.100] Yeah. So we didn't do anything wrong or we would have been prosecuted. And if we were [29:29.100 --> 29:35.420] prosecuted, if we were charged and the charges were dismissed, then we are innocent as a [29:35.420 --> 29:38.900] matter of law. So we're not criminals. [29:38.900 --> 29:41.660] Very good. [29:41.660 --> 29:49.980] I think we can make that one fly. Oh, this is going to be so much fun. Bradley Kelton, [29:49.980 --> 29:56.980] Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, our calling number, 512-646-1984. We've got a bunch of [29:56.980 --> 30:02.500] empty slots to give us a call and we'll be right there. [30:02.500 --> 30:06.100] It's clear cell phones have changed the way we live and work, but have they negatively [30:06.100 --> 30:10.140] affected our health? I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back in just a moment with new [30:10.140 --> 30:15.580] findings about how cell phones may actually alter our brain chemistry. [30:15.580 --> 30:19.940] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back [30:19.940 --> 30:25.540] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:25.540 --> 30:31.700] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, [30:31.700 --> 30:36.860] it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, [30:36.860 --> 30:44.580] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with Startpage. [30:44.580 --> 30:49.180] Cell phones emit radio frequency energy. It's a fact. But whether it's dangerous to have [30:49.180 --> 30:53.380] a phone beaming this kind of radiation near your head has been disputed. Some have blamed [30:53.380 --> 30:58.140] it for brain tumors, while cell phone companies have downplayed concerns. Well, now the Journal [30:58.140 --> 31:03.020] of the American Medical Association is confirming that cell phones affect brain chemistry. A [31:03.020 --> 31:08.100] study of 47 volunteers showed that glucose metabolism in the area of the brain closest [31:08.100 --> 31:12.500] to the cell phone antenna increases when the cell phone is on. While researchers aren't [31:12.500 --> 31:17.180] sure whether this exposure causes damage, I'm not taking any chances. I always keep [31:17.180 --> 31:22.140] the phone far from my body and I use a corded headset. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More [31:22.140 --> 31:30.460] news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.460 --> 31:35.860] I lost my son, my nephew, my uncle, my son on September 11th, 2001. Most people don't [31:35.860 --> 31:41.580] know that a third tower fell on September 11th. World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper [31:41.580 --> 31:46.420] was not hit by a plane. Although the official explanation is that fire brought down Building [31:46.420 --> 31:51.140] 7, over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believe there [31:51.140 --> 31:57.820] is more to the story. Bring justice to my son, my uncle, my nephew, my son. Go to buildingwhat.org. [31:57.820 --> 32:01.660] Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do. [32:01.660 --> 32:06.060] Are you looking to have a closer relationship with God and a better understanding of His [32:06.060 --> 32:11.540] Word? Then tune in to LogosRadioNetwork.com on Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. Central Time [32:11.540 --> 32:16.980] for Scripture Talk, where Nana and her guests discuss the Scriptures in accord with 2 Timothy [32:16.980 --> 32:22.940] 2.15. Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, [32:22.940 --> 32:27.940] rightly dividing the word of truth. Starting in January, our first hour studies are in [32:27.940 --> 32:32.860] the Book of Mark, where we'll go verse by verse and discuss the true Gospel message. [32:32.860 --> 32:37.500] Our second hour topical studies will vary each week with discussions on sound doctrine [32:37.500 --> 32:42.380] and Christian character development. We wish to reflect God's light and be a blessing to [32:42.380 --> 32:47.580] all those with a hearing ear. Our goal is to strengthen our faith and to transform ourselves [32:47.580 --> 32:52.840] more into the likeness of our Lord and Savior Jesus. So tune in to Scripture Talk live on [32:52.840 --> 32:58.900] LogosRadioNetwork.com Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. to inspire and motivate your studies [32:58.900 --> 33:25.940] of the Scriptures. [33:58.900 --> 34:05.980] Hey, we are back. Randy Kelton, Breton County, and we're going to go to our callers. We're [34:05.980 --> 34:11.540] going to take Mary from Texas. Mary, what do you have for us today? [34:11.540 --> 34:15.340] Hi, Mr. Kelton. How are you? [34:15.340 --> 34:22.740] I am really good for an old fat guy. [34:22.740 --> 34:30.340] Well, I was wondering if you had any thoughts on the Paxton impeachment? Is it just a show [34:30.340 --> 34:36.580] pony? Are they going after him because of his lawsuit against Pfizer, Moderna, and NIH? [34:36.580 --> 34:41.220] Do you think the Senate will agree? [34:41.220 --> 34:49.260] Well, it seems like even the Republicans are going after him. He was having serious legal [34:49.260 --> 34:58.460] problems early on, and he's had these accusations often on his whole tenure. This is not the [34:58.460 --> 35:08.180] first time he's been accused of abusing his help. So I don't know. I tend not to listen [35:08.180 --> 35:16.220] to news and don't do politics, but Paxton is kind of close to home. It's my opinion [35:16.220 --> 35:27.380] that Paxton is a pure political animal that has no moral fiber, that he will do whatever [35:27.380 --> 35:38.420] is politically expedient. But that's not necessarily such a criticism. At the end of the day, most [35:38.420 --> 35:46.660] all public officials are the same. He's just more open about it. [35:46.660 --> 35:52.580] Well, I have found him to be really gung-ho about the one thing that I needed from an [35:52.580 --> 35:57.620] attorney general, and that is when our public officials are not being responsive to records [35:57.620 --> 36:04.620] requests, I go tattle to his office and he's on them. He sends them some letter and gives [36:04.620 --> 36:09.220] them what for and tells them that they have to produce the records and know you can't [36:09.220 --> 36:11.380] withhold and what's the matter with you. [36:11.380 --> 36:18.140] And so I appreciate that. I don't know how to see these invisible forces that are pushing [36:18.140 --> 36:25.020] him to care about that. But I'm hopeful that if somebody else ends up in that position, [36:25.020 --> 36:27.220] those same forces will push on them. [36:27.220 --> 36:35.660] Well, I have not had good luck with him. I put in a request for the attorney wheel, and [36:35.660 --> 36:44.300] this is just the attorneys that are on the wheel they use for court appointed counsel. [36:44.300 --> 36:51.860] And he told them they didn't have to reveal it. These are lawyers that are collecting [36:51.860 --> 36:56.140] government money to represent clients. [36:56.140 --> 37:01.860] And they didn't have to reveal that. Why not? Based on what? Some kind of a non-compete [37:01.860 --> 37:05.620] something or other? Or do you have an advantage? [37:05.620 --> 37:13.740] It was cockamamie crap. It didn't fall under the Open Records Act. It fell under public [37:13.740 --> 37:20.960] courts. And there was nothing in the law that told them they had to release this. [37:20.960 --> 37:23.780] Except for everything that says that they have to release everything. [37:23.780 --> 37:30.900] Yeah, exactly. And it wasn't important enough for me at the time. I had too much going on [37:30.900 --> 37:34.900] to take that issue on. But I was really unhappy with them. [37:34.900 --> 37:39.380] Yeah, I think for that, I would turn around and give his office a record request. I want [37:39.380 --> 37:42.580] all your emails where you talked about that amongst yourselves. [37:42.580 --> 37:53.700] That's a good idea. It wasn't him. It was his attorneys. They hired these lawyers. [37:53.700 --> 38:01.300] They hired new attorneys fresh off the meat wagon and gave them this job. [38:01.300 --> 38:05.580] Yeah. Well, they probably violated open meetings. Did y'all get a meeting together and talk [38:05.580 --> 38:09.700] about this? And you didn't invite me? [38:09.700 --> 38:11.580] No. [38:11.580 --> 38:23.540] Well, so I'm kind of on the fence with Paxton. I would like to see a Republican attorney [38:23.540 --> 38:33.900] general who has a little more credibility and is a little more trustworthy. This guy [38:33.900 --> 38:38.700] keeps involving the state of Texas in his shenanigans. [38:38.700 --> 38:47.380] Well, I watched the impeachment last Saturday to my best ability. We couldn't really hear [38:47.380 --> 38:58.860] very well and some of my friends couldn't help but to heckle. But I thought I heard [38:58.860 --> 39:09.140] a brunette female politician banter around—and maybe a male brunette as well—the word official [39:09.140 --> 39:13.860] oppression quite a bit. And I was wanting to get a hold of the transcripts or somehow [39:13.860 --> 39:23.100] go through it, just to see if they have turned your seat on—picked your seat of cards [39:23.100 --> 39:29.420] against the Republicans. Because I know the mayor got a taste of what an official oppression [39:29.420 --> 39:38.500] is from me. I used him as the magistrate in the cause against a quirk that didn't want [39:38.500 --> 39:44.460] me entering the courthouse. And believe you me, I had to, because I was at the two-year [39:44.460 --> 39:53.220] date, and I had to enter that courthouse that day. And I had some funny conversations with [39:53.220 --> 39:58.340] this very effeminate male in the Travis County courthouse. And he said, well, ma'am, you [39:58.340 --> 40:02.300] should have done this, you should have done that. And I said, is that legal advice? And [40:02.300 --> 40:10.340] he hung up on me. So I ended up daunting into the court—donting into—this was a suit [40:10.340 --> 40:15.460] on a former employer. And at the last minute, I decided, you know what, by God, that was [40:15.460 --> 40:22.220] a hostile work environment. So I went to the library, the law library, with Randy's help, [40:22.220 --> 40:29.260] and all the wonderful young librarians there that will answer any question about their [40:29.260 --> 40:38.460] books there, if you phrase it right. And I jaunted back over there, and an older African-American [40:38.460 --> 40:45.980] female, very large lady, I told the female that I was scared of that young man. And he [40:45.980 --> 40:51.420] was encountering that at their front counter, where they accept the documents on the second [40:51.420 --> 40:57.940] or third floor. And she saw him kind of growling and nipping at me like a little schnauzer. [40:57.940 --> 41:06.460] And she said, you know, Mr. Stowell, so please, you know, let her alone. So I want to— [41:06.460 --> 41:11.220] Hold on, Mary, you're getting a lot of background noise. [41:11.220 --> 41:13.660] Oh, I'm so sorry. [41:13.660 --> 41:21.980] It sounds like you're rubbing the phone across your whiskers. Do you have two-day whiskers? [41:21.980 --> 41:27.260] I about do. I think I'm running it on the steroids and the beef I'm eating. [41:27.260 --> 41:28.260] Oh, okay. [41:28.260 --> 41:34.060] But it could be my old age. But anyways, I made an official pression complaint about [41:34.060 --> 41:40.660] that clerk, and I sent it to the mayor with no response. And I know, Randy, how much have [41:40.660 --> 41:50.060] you engaged our corrupt Soros-funded, international, Kabbalist, George Soros-funded Jose Garza? [41:50.060 --> 41:55.660] Just for the record, we have another Jose Garza in management of the city. They are [41:55.660 --> 42:02.540] two different men. But the younger man, Jose Garza, how much language about official oppression [42:02.540 --> 42:05.740] have you apprised by some actions? [42:05.740 --> 42:12.700] I have filed criminal charges against him with every district judge in Travis County. [42:12.700 --> 42:19.620] And now I intend to sue every district judge in Travis County for not issuing warrants [42:19.620 --> 42:26.100] against him. And I accused him of secreting criminal complaints against himself from a [42:26.100 --> 42:29.020] grand jury. [42:29.020 --> 42:36.260] And the criminal complaints amounted to accusing him of impersonating a judicial officer by [42:36.260 --> 42:42.420] determining that he did not have jurisdiction to pursue a criminal complaint. [42:42.420 --> 42:46.300] Very good. [42:46.300 --> 42:54.580] And I said, maybe you don't. But where did you come up with authority to make that determination? [42:54.580 --> 43:02.340] A prosecuting attorney may not initiate or dismiss a prosecution in the state of Texas. [43:02.340 --> 43:03.340] He has no authority. [43:03.340 --> 43:06.780] Yeah, so that's impersonating a magistrate. [43:06.780 --> 43:15.940] Yeah, judicial officer. I think he's in the judiciary. In some states, the prosecutor [43:15.940 --> 43:22.660] is in the executive, but in Texas, he's in the judiciary. But he is a judicial officer. [43:22.660 --> 43:26.220] But he's not the judicial officer he impersonated. [43:26.220 --> 43:27.220] Exactly. [43:27.220 --> 43:33.780] Exactly. Just getting so confusing what y'all just said. [43:33.780 --> 43:39.700] Well, he's not a judge. A judge is a judicial officer. He's a judicial officer. The bailiff [43:39.700 --> 43:44.780] is a judicial officer. The bailiff can't be dismissed in cases. The clerk is a judicial [43:44.780 --> 43:50.380] officer. She can't be dismissed in cases. And the prosecutor can't be dismissed in cases. [43:50.380 --> 43:55.340] So he impersonated a magistrate. And that's what I accused him of. [43:55.340 --> 43:59.500] All right, we're just about to call sponsors. We got a first time caller. We'll be right [43:59.500 --> 44:00.500] through. [44:00.500 --> 44:05.820] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area [44:05.820 --> 44:09.860] of nutrition. People feed their pets better than they feed themselves. And it's time we [44:09.860 --> 44:15.980] changed all that. Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment [44:15.980 --> 44:21.700] is good nutrition. [47:28.700 --> 47:34.820] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, and we're talking to Mary [47:34.820 --> 47:46.140] in Texas. Okay, Mary, we were busy working over the Garza, the prosecuting attorney. [47:46.140 --> 47:55.340] I did not sue him in this suit that I have filed. I do want to get back to him, but first [47:55.340 --> 48:03.340] I want this suit that I have filed to get around. Once we get all the highest judges [48:03.340 --> 48:13.860] served, I suspect this suit, everybody's going to be reading it. Then I come back after Garza. [48:13.860 --> 48:18.540] How many times have you engaged him in an official oppression, Ritt? [48:18.540 --> 48:25.660] Oh, engage them? I've charged them several times, but they've never done anything. What [48:25.660 --> 48:28.420] I haven't done is sued them yet. [48:28.420 --> 48:34.500] No. How many times have you engaged him in some type of official oppression complaint? [48:34.500 --> 48:42.860] Them? You mean Jose Garza, the district attorney's office? [48:42.860 --> 48:47.940] Yeah. Him, particularly. [48:47.940 --> 48:50.100] Three times. [48:50.100 --> 48:54.820] And when was the first year of that? [48:54.820 --> 49:01.940] It was when I filed the criminal complaint against the governor. I gave it to him, and [49:01.940 --> 49:08.980] he actually gave it to the grand jury. So no, just two times. I came back with criminal [49:08.980 --> 49:19.700] complaints on the, what was his name, Brett Menukin? [49:19.700 --> 49:20.700] Oh yeah. [49:20.700 --> 49:21.700] For Pena? [49:21.700 --> 49:22.700] Yeah. [49:22.700 --> 49:31.220] Well, I did that one. But then you went after him because he said he didn't have jurisdiction. [49:31.220 --> 49:37.860] Yeah. And it was a perfect one because he was right. In some of them, he didn't have [49:37.860 --> 49:41.300] jurisdiction, but he dismissed all of them. [49:41.300 --> 49:42.860] And it wasn't his call to make. [49:42.860 --> 49:47.820] Yeah, there were two that he wouldn't have had jurisdiction over. But exactly, that was [49:47.820 --> 49:56.400] my issue. Who the heck are you to make that decision? And that is an issue that I want [49:56.400 --> 50:03.500] before the court, primarily in a petition to declare to a judgment. [50:03.500 --> 50:09.060] And I will get to him. He is low-hanging fruit because I can get him to do this any time [50:09.060 --> 50:15.260] I want to. I can take what is clearly a federal claim and file it with him and get him to [50:15.260 --> 50:22.580] refuse to act on it. He's got this Drummond character that he gets to do this for him, [50:22.580 --> 50:27.820] so I'll get both of them. But they're low-hanging fruit, and I can get them any time I want [50:27.820 --> 50:36.740] to. Right now, I need my people I'm suing with. They're making some adjustments to [50:36.740 --> 50:43.900] their statements. I need those so I can get this amended suit filed and get these people [50:43.900 --> 50:44.900] served. [50:44.900 --> 50:51.820] Are you going to have to pay for their service? [50:51.820 --> 50:57.940] Yeah, I have a client who will pay for that so we can get the U.S. Marshals to go serve [50:57.940 --> 50:58.940] all these judges. [50:58.940 --> 51:01.940] Oh, beautiful. How much do they pay? [51:01.940 --> 51:10.140] I'd like to be a fly on the wall when they do that. Well, the main thing, it will get [51:10.140 --> 51:17.540] all of these judges to read the pleading. They're being sued personally, so even if [51:17.540 --> 51:23.220] they're going to hire counsel, you've got to know they're going to read the pleading. [51:23.220 --> 51:34.220] I suspect they'll all hire the same attorney, and it'll get interesting. They're going [51:34.220 --> 51:44.300] to claim absolute immunity, and we're saying, no, this is outside the scope of your judicial [51:44.300 --> 51:50.020] capacity. This is actions taken in your administrative capacity. [51:50.020 --> 51:54.820] Yes, that's what we need. That's very clear. [51:54.820 --> 52:03.420] So it'll be interesting to see what they do, but I don't care about the suit as much. [52:03.420 --> 52:08.900] I'm pretty sure that we'll get an offer to settle this thing down the road because they're [52:08.900 --> 52:14.660] not going to want this to go to the Supreme, or to the Fed. [52:14.660 --> 52:18.100] So you're willing to settle out of court? [52:18.100 --> 52:25.580] Yeah, that's what I want them to do. But mainly, I want these judges to read the pleading because [52:25.580 --> 52:36.900] it doesn't just lay out the law. It indicates that doing it the way they're doing it caused [52:36.900 --> 52:46.340] problems they didn't anticipate. And I had a friend of mine send me a copy of a training [52:46.340 --> 53:00.660] manual for magistration issued by Texas State University. And it is so wrong. It tells them [53:00.660 --> 53:09.540] to hold a hearing under 15.17. Well, there's nothing in the law that authorizes a hearing [53:09.540 --> 53:10.540] under 15.17. [53:10.540 --> 53:11.540] Uh-oh. [53:11.540 --> 53:22.300] But there is a subordinate clause added to 14.06. 14.06 says if someone's arrested for [53:22.300 --> 53:27.420] an on-site offense, they're to be taken directly to the nearest magistrate. Or, in order to [53:27.420 --> 53:36.740] more efficiently provide the warnings in 15.17, they may be taken to the nearest magistrate [53:36.740 --> 53:44.540] in any other county. If you read that carefully, it doesn't say in order to have a hearing [53:44.540 --> 53:53.620] under 15.17. It only authorizes issuing the warnings in 15.17. And, Brett, there's something [53:53.620 --> 54:00.420] interesting about that. Something I've got to check. I just read the latest penal code, [54:00.420 --> 54:07.940] Code of Criminal Procedure, Chapter 16. And nowhere in Chapter 16 does it require the [54:07.940 --> 54:18.060] magistrate to issue warnings, Miranda warnings. [54:18.060 --> 54:22.740] I remember it being in there, but when I read the code, it wasn't there. [54:22.740 --> 54:23.740] Oh. [54:23.740 --> 54:30.420] Well, I'm going to have to get an older version of the code. They rewrote the code, and they [54:30.420 --> 54:36.460] did some surface changes, no substantive changes. [54:36.460 --> 54:37.460] Okay. [54:37.460 --> 54:42.020] Well, if they've left that out, that's a substantive change. [54:42.020 --> 54:43.020] Yeah. [54:43.020 --> 54:51.580] But, so anyway, it only authorizes them to issue the warnings in 15.17, and then it tells [54:51.580 --> 54:58.860] the other one to make a determination of probable cause under 15.17. Well, there is nothing [54:58.860 --> 55:06.260] in 15.17 that goes to making a determination of probable cause. It's just not in there. [55:06.260 --> 55:15.100] They are authorized to set bail, but nothing concerning finding probable cause. So it's [55:15.100 --> 55:27.020] really messed up. They wrote all this garbage to match what everybody was doing, not to [55:27.020 --> 55:34.540] follow law. And now we got them caught, and we're saying to the Court of Criminal Appeals, [55:34.540 --> 55:42.460] this has created this mass incarceration issue, and it's set the public and the police against [55:42.460 --> 55:48.620] one another. It's causing these jurisdictions to defund the police. They're so upset at [55:48.620 --> 55:55.900] them. If you put that magistrate back in place where they were supposed to be, these two [55:55.900 --> 56:02.140] problems will simply go away. That's what I'm telling them. [56:02.140 --> 56:07.900] This is the best way that I can find to get a good audience. You've got to know they're [56:07.900 --> 56:18.780] going to read this thing careful. Go ahead, guys. Check my case law. Check my statutes. [56:18.780 --> 56:25.540] See if I've missed something. Oh my goodness. Well, I know I talked to you [56:25.540 --> 56:29.860] about this personally, but I don't know if I put it on the radio. About eight months [56:29.860 --> 56:37.980] ago, I was listening to a local talk show, conservative talk show, and they had played [56:37.980 --> 56:44.620] a clip of D.A. Jose Garza in Travis County, funded by Soros, saying, and he's one of these [56:44.620 --> 56:50.020] guys that's not tough on crime, and he meets tough on patriots that defend themselves from [56:50.020 --> 56:58.060] criminals. And so they had a little clip of him early in the morning, probably about five [56:58.060 --> 57:04.500] o'clock, saying the reason he wasn't hard on some criminal was, quote unquote, I'm not [57:04.500 --> 57:07.500] a magistrate. [57:07.500 --> 57:14.900] And I think if Jose Garza's thrown around the word magistrate, he felt it deep and hard [57:14.900 --> 57:15.900] from Randy Kelton. [57:15.900 --> 57:23.480] Well, I hope that's what it was. I hope he read the code real careful, but he's still [57:23.480 --> 57:28.820] screwing it up. He's doing like everybody else. He's doing what everybody's doing. [57:28.820 --> 57:36.620] Apparently, he's saying publicly, I'm not a magistrate. And I think it's beautiful. [57:36.620 --> 57:44.940] Well, we'll let him know he's not a judicial officer for certain. That does fit, because [57:44.940 --> 57:50.260] that's exactly what I addressed in the criminal complaints to all of the district judges in [57:50.260 --> 57:51.260] Travis County. [57:51.260 --> 57:52.260] That's excellent. [57:52.260 --> 57:56.740] So it sounds like we might have kind of got his attention. [57:56.740 --> 58:01.420] Well, let's all get to that next caller. Y'all have a great evening. [58:01.420 --> 58:11.380] Okay. Thank you, Mary. Mary's bringing up to these public officials official pressure [58:11.380 --> 58:17.780] that they're complaining that they have no tools to fix this voter fraud issue. And we're [58:17.780 --> 58:26.060] saying, yeah, you do. These, you go to these polling places and those election judges and [58:26.060 --> 58:34.660] poll workers do anything that looks nefarious. Call 9-1-1, charge them with official repression. [58:34.660 --> 58:40.380] That'll get their attention. Okay, hang on. Going to our sponsors, Randy Kelton, Brett [58:40.380 --> 58:50.260] Fountain, Oola La Radio. We'll be right back. [01:00:46.660 --> 01:00:50.540] Imagine your mom and dad are getting ready for bed. They pull back the covers and find [01:00:50.540 --> 01:00:55.260] a third party there. He announces, I'm with the military and I'm sleeping here tonight. [01:00:55.260 --> 01:00:59.420] That shocking image of a third party in my parents' bed reminds me what the Third Amendment [01:00:59.420 --> 01:01:04.260] was designed to prevent. It protects us from being forced to share our homes with soldiers, [01:01:04.260 --> 01:01:09.020] a common demand in the days of our founding fathers. Third party, Third Amendment, get [01:01:09.020 --> 01:01:13.260] it? So if you answer a knock at your door and guys in fatigues demand lodging, tell [01:01:13.260 --> 01:01:17.580] them to dust off their copy of the Bill of Rights and reread the Third Amendment. [01:02:16.860 --> 01:02:22.220] Imagine four eyes staring at you through binoculars, a magnifying glass, or a pair of X-ray goggles. [01:02:22.220 --> 01:02:26.700] That imagery reminds me that the Fourth Amendment guarantees Americans freedom from unreasonable [01:02:26.700 --> 01:02:31.900] search and seizure. Fourth Amendment? Four eyes staring at you? Get it? Unfortunately, [01:02:31.900 --> 01:02:36.700] the government is trampling our Fourth Amendment rights in the name of security. Case in point, [01:02:36.700 --> 01:02:41.360] TSA airport scanners that peer under your clothing. When government employees demand [01:02:41.360 --> 01:02:45.980] a peep at your privates without probable cause, I say it's time to sound the constitutional [01:02:45.980 --> 01:02:50.820] alarm bells. Join me in asking our representatives to dust off the Bill of Rights and use their [01:02:50.820 --> 01:02:53.420] googly eyes to take a gander at the Fourth. [01:03:53.420 --> 01:04:00.420] We had a first-time caller, but he dropped off. If you can hear us, call back. We were [01:04:00.420 --> 01:04:07.420] about to take you when we lost you. Now, we're going to John in New York. John, what do [01:04:07.420 --> 01:04:14.420] you have for us today? [01:04:14.420 --> 01:04:15.420] Good evening, John. [01:04:15.420 --> 01:04:22.420] I got a, hi. Hi, Brett. Hi, Randy. I've got a couple of updates here. Let me press the [01:04:22.420 --> 01:04:29.420] button here. Okay. Got a couple of updates. And I did call my local assemblyman, and this [01:04:29.420 --> 01:04:36.420] is because the code office left a note to call them, and the code office wanted me to [01:04:39.740 --> 01:04:46.740] give them a buzz, so I did. And this concern, their concern, why they left a note to call [01:04:46.740 --> 01:04:53.740] them, was the stacked, empty boxes that I was using for little painting and fixing around [01:04:57.100 --> 01:05:04.100] the house, and I had a bunch of boxes on the porch. And they were empty, and as I completed [01:05:05.420 --> 01:05:12.420] the jobs, the boxes were empty, and I had a bunch of boxes on the porch, and they were [01:05:12.420 --> 01:05:19.420] empty, and as I completed the jobs, the boxes were getting used up. Well, their complaint [01:05:19.500 --> 01:05:25.740] was that it was combustible materials on the porch. And I said I was doing the work. [01:05:25.740 --> 01:05:30.860] Did you tell them that the porch was combustible material? [01:05:30.860 --> 01:05:33.180] I should have. I know. [01:05:33.180 --> 01:05:35.860] I would tell them it's none of their business. [01:05:35.860 --> 01:05:42.780] Well, yeah, I understand it isn't, but that's beside the point. They think it is. Anyway, [01:05:42.780 --> 01:05:48.660] I said I was doing work, painting, and that half the boxes were now used up because I'm [01:05:48.660 --> 01:05:54.940] getting close to finishing the job. And that was it. And I said, was that what you wanted [01:05:54.940 --> 01:05:58.940] to tell me? He said, yeah. I says, well, then we're good. I says, but he says, well, how [01:05:58.940 --> 01:06:01.740] long will it take you? I says, well, I'm nearing- [01:06:01.740 --> 01:06:07.740] None of your business. Well, of course it isn't, but they think it is. It's just like- [01:06:07.740 --> 01:06:11.900] Well, if you act like it is, then he gets to act like it is. [01:06:11.900 --> 01:06:15.900] Well, yeah, I got you. I got you. [01:06:15.900 --> 01:06:20.940] You should have told him it'll go a lot faster if you come and help, and you can help me [01:06:20.940 --> 01:06:25.940] get those boxes off the porch if they're bothering you because they're not bothering me. [01:06:25.940 --> 01:06:35.860] Yeah. Anyway. Okay. So that's where that is. And I said, was that all? And you know, was [01:06:35.860 --> 01:06:43.020] there anything else? He goes, no. I says, good. I says, then that takes care of it. [01:06:43.020 --> 01:06:52.380] So that, oh, and then I made a call to my local assemblyman. And I told them about [01:06:52.380 --> 01:06:58.820] what I wanted to find out what we were discussing last night about who writes the codes and [01:06:58.820 --> 01:07:05.420] who writes the laws and can, and so on. Well, the assemblyman's office said that the local [01:07:05.420 --> 01:07:12.980] municipality writes code and submits them to the secretary of state here in New York, [01:07:12.980 --> 01:07:18.900] not for approval, but just for filing and letting them know what they're doing. The [01:07:18.900 --> 01:07:28.700] council here, the village, city, town can make any New York state regulations in code [01:07:28.700 --> 01:07:36.840] for code, strict your locally, but they cannot make them less strict. So the municipalities [01:07:36.840 --> 01:07:42.260] cannot make them less strict. They can make them stricter if they want to city council [01:07:42.260 --> 01:07:48.940] and town board can write the code. Well, we knew that now what they did was they sent [01:07:48.940 --> 01:07:55.900] me information on the U S on the state constitution and they email it to me. And I just got my [01:07:55.900 --> 01:08:01.820] computer turned down tonight when you guys were going on the air. So I'm going to be [01:08:01.820 --> 01:08:09.380] reading that when we hang up. So that's where we've taken it so far. Any hints, any suggestions [01:08:09.380 --> 01:08:13.420] that you didn't give me already? Anything else you want to tell me that I might find [01:08:13.420 --> 01:08:14.420] helpful? [01:08:14.420 --> 01:08:22.100] We don't have enough information yet. The main thing we needed to know is what the constitution [01:08:22.100 --> 01:08:36.540] of New York said about delegating the legislative power. Is there anything in the constitution [01:08:36.540 --> 01:08:48.660] that authorizes the legislature to delegate their power to write law to a municipal corporation? [01:08:48.660 --> 01:08:54.220] I kind of thought that that from what you were saying in previous times, that that doesn't [01:08:54.220 --> 01:09:00.340] happen, but they cannot delegate or relegate the responsibility of writing law to anyone [01:09:00.340 --> 01:09:01.340] else. [01:09:01.340 --> 01:09:11.500] No, no, no. You missed something. Ohio did that. Ohio has it in their constitution that [01:09:11.500 --> 01:09:21.900] municipalities can write law. Texas does not have that. So in Texas, only the legislature [01:09:21.900 --> 01:09:34.460] can write law. And in Ohio, municipalities and county commissioners can apparently write [01:09:34.460 --> 01:09:39.460] law. So what does New York constitution say? [01:09:39.460 --> 01:09:44.300] Right. That's what they sent me. The information they sent me today. I still haven't opened [01:09:44.300 --> 01:09:51.140] it up because I was not in a computer. Now I am. Okay. Is there anything else? Because [01:09:51.140 --> 01:09:58.180] I got something to tell you about a recent development with the COVID. [01:09:58.180 --> 01:10:03.900] That's all I would. The first thing I'd have to see is what the constitution says. We could [01:10:03.900 --> 01:10:06.900] go from there. [01:10:06.900 --> 01:10:21.860] Next, very quickly, a virus invades a cell in the body. Interferon-1 is released. Now [01:10:21.860 --> 01:10:27.580] this is the best to my knowledge is I understand it. So when a virus invades a cell in the [01:10:27.580 --> 01:10:36.500] body, the body releases interferon-1 and it's called the interferon-1 pathway. The interferon-1 [01:10:36.500 --> 01:10:42.580] pathway signals that there's an invader and let's get the troops ready, guys. Get the [01:10:42.580 --> 01:10:52.260] Marines and the Navy and the army and let's get the troops rolling. Now the COVID vaccine, [01:10:52.260 --> 01:10:59.420] which is not a vaccine, is made up of spike proteins and programs the body to produce [01:10:59.420 --> 01:11:11.180] those spike proteins. Odd infinitum forever and ever. Amen. But instead of the COVID vaccine [01:11:11.180 --> 01:11:19.140] having mRNA particles like a virus, and remember when a virus invades a cell, the body knows [01:11:19.140 --> 01:11:28.860] it because it has RNA in it. From what I understand, this is my understanding. So when it catches [01:11:28.860 --> 01:11:35.700] that little virus and it sees it in a gun site, it says, hey, there's RNA. That's a [01:11:35.700 --> 01:11:42.220] virus. We better mount an attack. And that's when the interferon-1 comes out. However, [01:11:42.220 --> 01:11:51.980] the COVID vaccine tricks the body and it doesn't show the body mRNA like a virus would. It [01:11:51.980 --> 01:12:00.140] shows the body by faking DNA, which is the body's own genetic material. So the body now [01:12:00.140 --> 01:12:05.860] thinks that the vaccine, which is a foreign invader, is not a foreign invader because [01:12:05.860 --> 01:12:09.100] it sees DNA instead of RNA. [01:12:09.100 --> 01:12:25.540] Okay, so the vaccine does not produce a reaction to itself. Antibodies don't attack the vaccine. [01:12:25.540 --> 01:12:33.300] It's a complicated thing because there are so many, this vaccine, which is not a vaccine, [01:12:33.300 --> 01:12:38.900] is very, I can tell you, it's not like anything else that's ever come along. And they're still [01:12:38.900 --> 01:12:48.060] learning about it now. They're still learning about it now. And basically, that's one of [01:12:48.060 --> 01:12:53.940] the aspects of the vaccine, that it's not a vaccine and it tricks the body into thinking [01:12:53.940 --> 01:12:56.940] there's no virus. [01:12:56.940 --> 01:13:05.580] Yeah, but it tricks the body in not attacking the vaccine. I don't see how that is necessarily [01:13:05.580 --> 01:13:06.580] problematic. [01:13:06.580 --> 01:13:11.980] Because you wouldn't want the vaccine to trigger an immune reaction. [01:13:11.980 --> 01:13:20.820] Well, no, it is very problematic because when a person gets COVID, a COVID infection, they [01:13:20.820 --> 01:13:28.580] get spike proteins produced throughout their body, replicating over and over and over and [01:13:28.580 --> 01:13:33.540] flooding the body with spike protein. But then what do they do with the COVID vaccine? [01:13:33.540 --> 01:13:43.500] They inflict more harm on the body by supplying more spike protein and tricks the body into [01:13:43.500 --> 01:13:51.260] producing those spike proteins like a factory. So now you're producing basically the poison [01:13:51.260 --> 01:13:55.220] that's making you sick and you're producing it. [01:13:55.220 --> 01:14:01.460] What does the spike protein do to the body that's so harmful? [01:14:01.460 --> 01:14:05.300] Well, first of all, it replicates in the body. [01:14:05.300 --> 01:14:10.620] Got that part. But what does it do to harm the body? [01:14:10.620 --> 01:14:18.260] Well, Virology 101, when a virus invades the body, it produces more... [01:14:18.260 --> 01:14:24.900] Now, wait a minute. This is not a virus. It's a spike protein. [01:14:24.900 --> 01:14:27.980] Yes, but it's acting like one. [01:14:27.980 --> 01:14:36.860] So you're mixing up the spike protein with virus. It is not COVID. It's something else. [01:14:36.860 --> 01:14:45.060] And I'm trying to find out how it's different than the virus. Okay, it replicates itself. [01:14:45.060 --> 01:14:54.260] So essentially, if it's there to ward off COVID, they give you a small amount and it [01:14:54.260 --> 01:14:59.980] creates more. So it would seem that it would ward off COVID even better over time. [01:14:59.980 --> 01:15:09.900] Well, no, it never stops. You see, when you have a situation where somebody like a virus [01:15:09.900 --> 01:15:15.100] invades the body, there's going to be an off button. There has to be an off button at some [01:15:15.100 --> 01:15:21.020] point. But with the COVID vaccine, which isn't a vaccine, there is no off button. And that's [01:15:21.020 --> 01:15:25.540] what harms the body. That's one of the things that harms the body. [01:15:25.540 --> 01:15:34.140] Does the body have a mechanism for flushing out the spike protein? [01:15:34.140 --> 01:15:42.360] It will try to, but the vaccine, which is not a vaccine, is very cleverly designed to [01:15:42.360 --> 01:15:48.180] turn the body into a spike protein factory. Now, let me explain. Give me exactly 30 seconds [01:15:48.180 --> 01:15:51.500] and I'll answer your question that you asked me a few minutes ago, a couple of minutes [01:15:51.500 --> 01:16:02.780] ago. When a virus invades the body, what happens? It hijacks the nucleus of the cell basically, [01:16:02.780 --> 01:16:11.380] hijacks the cell into producing more of itself. So it tricks the cells into producing more [01:16:11.380 --> 01:16:14.860] viruses and they spread throughout the body. [01:16:14.860 --> 01:16:21.980] Wait a minute. That's when the virus invades the body, not the spike protein. [01:16:21.980 --> 01:16:25.820] That's what I'm getting to. That's what I'm getting to now. So that's when the virus invades [01:16:25.820 --> 01:16:35.500] the body and it tricks the body. It reprograms the cell to produce more of itself, more virus. [01:16:35.500 --> 01:16:46.700] And then... 20 seconds. Okay. Let's play some music and then... [01:16:46.700 --> 01:16:51.300] Oh, wait a minute. No, when I say 20 seconds, you can't wait five seconds to start talking [01:16:51.300 --> 01:16:56.900] because you run out real fast. Hang on. [01:18:00.060 --> 01:18:04.860] I love Logos. Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. I'm [01:18:04.860 --> 01:18:08.700] so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. I need my truth fixed. I'd [01:18:08.700 --> 01:18:13.620] be lost without Logos and I really want to help keep this network on the air. I'd love [01:18:13.620 --> 01:18:17.260] to volunteer as a show producer but I'm a bit of a Luddite and I really don't have any [01:18:17.260 --> 01:18:21.860] money to give because I spent it all on supplements. How can I help Logos? [01:18:21.860 --> 01:18:26.860] Well, I'm glad you asked. Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help Logos. [01:18:26.860 --> 01:18:31.420] You can order your supplies or holiday gifts. First thing you do is clear your cookies. [01:18:31.420 --> 01:18:38.180] Now go to LogosRadioNetwork.com. Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. Now when [01:18:38.180 --> 01:18:43.460] you order anything from Amazon, you use that link and Logos gets a few pesos. [01:18:43.460 --> 01:18:44.460] Do I pay extra? [01:18:44.460 --> 01:18:45.460] No. [01:18:45.460 --> 01:18:47.060] Do you have to do anything different when I order? [01:18:47.060 --> 01:18:48.060] No. [01:18:48.060 --> 01:18:49.060] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [01:18:49.060 --> 01:18:50.060] No. [01:18:50.060 --> 01:18:51.060] I mean, yes. [01:18:51.060 --> 01:18:56.820] Wow. Giving without doing anything or spending any money. This is perfect. Thank you so much. [01:18:56.820 --> 01:19:00.060] You're welcome. Happy holidays, Logos. [01:19:27.420 --> 01:19:39.420] Well, ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. I was blindsided but now I can [01:19:39.420 --> 01:19:47.420] see your plan. You put the fear in my pockets, took the money from my hand. Ain't gonna [01:19:47.420 --> 01:19:57.420] fool me with that same old trick again. Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. [01:19:57.420 --> 01:20:03.420] Okay. We are back. Brandon Kelton, Brett Fountain, and we're talking to John in New [01:20:03.420 --> 01:20:12.940] York. And John, I'm having a little difficulty here. What is the problem with the production [01:20:12.940 --> 01:20:17.940] of all this RNA or spike proteins? [01:20:17.940 --> 01:20:24.940] All right. Here's what happens. First, I'm going to tell you in one sentence what happens [01:20:24.940 --> 01:20:28.940] when you get sick with the virus. And then I'm going to tell you what's wrong with... [01:20:28.940 --> 01:20:34.460] John, you were going to tell me in 30 seconds and you never did. You keep dodging this. [01:20:34.460 --> 01:20:40.380] You're saying that the spike protein tricks the body into making more of itself similar [01:20:40.380 --> 01:20:47.140] to what a virus does. But you haven't spoke at all to the problem that causes. You keep [01:20:47.140 --> 01:20:52.140] going back to the virus. It's like you're trying to equate the two as if they are the [01:20:52.140 --> 01:21:02.140] same. Is the spike protein the same as the virus or is it different? And if it's different, [01:21:02.140 --> 01:21:03.140] how? [01:21:03.140 --> 01:21:14.220] This is the explanation. Here it comes. When you get sick with COVID, a virus infects you. [01:21:14.220 --> 01:21:23.100] The spike protein is the part of the virus which causes the problem. When we say spike [01:21:23.100 --> 01:21:31.500] protein, that's what really makes you sick. And we call that the virus. We will call that [01:21:31.500 --> 01:21:40.180] the virus for lack of a better term, but that's exactly what it is. So when a COVID virus [01:21:40.180 --> 01:21:49.620] infects you, it reproduces itself in the body. It hijacks the cells and makes more of itself. [01:21:49.620 --> 01:21:56.440] That's the harm that it does. Those viruses cause all kinds of chemicals and reactions [01:21:56.440 --> 01:22:01.740] and the body gets sick. That is the problem. The spike protein... [01:22:01.740 --> 01:22:08.940] Wait a minute. We have other viruses that affect the body. Some of them are actually [01:22:08.940 --> 01:22:18.780] positive. As I understand it, the difference between what Gregory Bateson said, the difference [01:22:18.780 --> 01:22:25.860] between being alive and not alive is the difference between a bacteria and a virus. [01:22:25.860 --> 01:22:28.060] That's right. That's exactly right. [01:22:28.060 --> 01:22:36.300] A bacteria reproduces itself with variations. A virus produces itself with no variations. [01:22:36.300 --> 01:22:44.260] So in that regard, if the spike protein reproduces itself with no variations, then it would technically [01:22:44.260 --> 01:22:54.580] meet the definition of a virus. But all viruses aren't harmful. How is the spike protein harmful? [01:22:54.580 --> 01:23:00.700] Well, you see, every time I get to that point, you interrupt. [01:23:00.700 --> 01:23:05.300] You keep going back to the virus. You're just saying virus, virus, virus, virus. You're [01:23:05.300 --> 01:23:13.620] saying virus, because it's a virus, it necessarily causes problems. And that is not the case. [01:23:13.620 --> 01:23:16.740] All viruses don't cause problems. [01:23:16.740 --> 01:23:20.020] We know that. That's Virology 101. [01:23:20.020 --> 01:23:28.660] What problem does it cause? We know what COVID does. It causes pulmonary inflammation. What [01:23:28.660 --> 01:23:37.020] does the spike protein do? [01:23:37.020 --> 01:23:40.580] If I start to explain it, don't stop me, because you're... [01:23:40.580 --> 01:23:46.300] John, how many segments do we have to have where you're starting to explain it? You never [01:23:46.300 --> 01:23:52.260] stop starting to explain it. You've got to stop interrupting me, because you interrupt [01:23:52.260 --> 01:23:53.260] me at the same time. [01:23:53.260 --> 01:23:58.940] No, John, I'm not going to give you the whole show to just sit here and pontificate about [01:23:58.940 --> 01:24:07.380] the COVID virus. And you're making the argument. I tend to agree that your argument about the [01:24:07.380 --> 01:24:13.180] vaccine is a good argument. It's just you're not making a good argument. You're just saying [01:24:13.180 --> 01:24:18.980] it's bad, and not giving any indication of how it's bad. [01:24:18.980 --> 01:24:24.100] Well, we're not talking about other viruses. Number one, we're talking about the COVID [01:24:24.100 --> 01:24:26.420] virus and what it does. And number two... [01:24:26.420 --> 01:24:31.100] No, we're not talking about the COVID virus. We're talking about the spike protein. Number [01:24:31.100 --> 01:24:32.100] one. [01:24:32.100 --> 01:24:37.940] The same thing. Basically, you're talking the same thing. We are discussing the same [01:24:37.940 --> 01:24:40.540] thing. When you're talking about one, you're talking about the other. [01:24:40.540 --> 01:24:41.540] No, we're not. [01:24:41.540 --> 01:24:43.380] Yeah, you are. [01:24:43.380 --> 01:24:50.780] That's a gross overgeneralization. The spike protein was developed specifically to fight [01:24:50.780 --> 01:24:55.420] the COVID virus. And now you're saying they're exactly the same thing. [01:24:55.420 --> 01:25:01.820] No, no. They are essentially what you're dealing with. When you talk about... [01:25:01.820 --> 01:25:05.300] You can call them both viruses. Okay, I got that. [01:25:05.300 --> 01:25:06.300] Okay. [01:25:06.300 --> 01:25:13.180] Epstein-Barr, that's another virus. Most of us have it. Some of us have problems with [01:25:13.180 --> 01:25:15.700] it. Most of us don't. [01:25:15.700 --> 01:25:16.700] And that's... [01:25:16.700 --> 01:25:17.700] Is it the same as COVID? [01:25:17.700 --> 01:25:22.580] No, it's a different virus. [01:25:22.580 --> 01:25:29.020] So you're saying spike protein is exactly the same as COVID? [01:25:29.020 --> 01:25:36.780] The spike protein on the surface of the virus is what's causing the problem. [01:25:36.780 --> 01:25:47.540] The problem. The. The word the means one previously mentioned. You're saying the problem, but [01:25:47.540 --> 01:25:52.300] you haven't previously mentioned what that problem is. That's what I'm trying to get [01:25:52.300 --> 01:25:53.300] to. [01:25:53.300 --> 01:26:01.740] Now, here's the explanation. The COVID vaccine hijacks the body to make more of itself. It [01:26:01.740 --> 01:26:08.620] is essentially doing what the COVID virus does or the COVID spike protein more specifically. [01:26:08.620 --> 01:26:14.620] So in other words, the spike protein is the problem when it makes you sick with COVID [01:26:14.620 --> 01:26:18.700] infection, but the COVID vaccine is doing the same thing. It hijacks the body to make [01:26:18.700 --> 01:26:26.140] more of itself and it's making you sick, just like when you can't do COVID. [01:26:26.140 --> 01:26:28.140] Is that any clearer? [01:26:28.140 --> 01:26:33.780] Okay. I'm not getting any further down the road here. I still don't know. I'd like to [01:26:33.780 --> 01:26:41.820] understand what the problem with the spike protein is. And you're just doing a gross [01:26:41.820 --> 01:26:50.980] generalization about it. I suspect it's what's causing a lot of these, what's this blood [01:26:50.980 --> 01:26:56.820] clotting people are getting, where they're getting very small clots that's settling [01:26:56.820 --> 01:26:57.820] in the blood. [01:26:57.820 --> 01:27:02.340] Yeah. Very minute. Yeah. You need special. [01:27:02.340 --> 01:27:05.380] Is that COVID or is that spike protein? [01:27:05.380 --> 01:27:11.900] Well, the spike protein is what's causing the blood clots. It's causing... [01:27:11.900 --> 01:27:19.740] That's what I've been asking you. And you've been dodging it for some reason. What else [01:27:19.740 --> 01:27:23.260] does the spike protein do? [01:27:23.260 --> 01:27:26.980] That's what they're finding out every day. There's more and more every day. [01:27:26.980 --> 01:27:32.220] What is it? You're just generally saying there's more, but for some reason you won't say what [01:27:32.220 --> 01:27:35.820] it's doing. I don't get it. [01:27:35.820 --> 01:27:41.780] There are 1,297 different illnesses that... [01:27:41.780 --> 01:27:43.780] Give me five. [01:27:43.780 --> 01:27:45.780] Five? Myocarditis. [01:27:45.780 --> 01:27:47.780] Yeah, give me five. [01:27:47.780 --> 01:27:49.780] Pericarditis. [01:27:49.780 --> 01:27:51.780] What is that? [01:27:51.780 --> 01:27:53.780] Heart attack. Oh, pericarditis? [01:27:53.780 --> 01:27:55.780] Yeah. [01:27:55.780 --> 01:28:06.140] Oh, okay. Myocarditis, the heart swells up. It inflames. It gets all messed up completely [01:28:06.140 --> 01:28:13.860] and it swells up. Pericarditis, the casing around the heart becomes inflamed. The heart [01:28:13.860 --> 01:28:20.340] itself, not so much, but the casing around the heart. There's a casing. There's a membrane. [01:28:20.340 --> 01:28:27.220] That gets inflamed. That can be a problem. Heart attack, that's three. Stroke, that's [01:28:27.220 --> 01:28:35.300] four. Blood clot, that's five. Messes up a woman's fertility and messes up a woman's [01:28:35.300 --> 01:28:41.060] reproductive system, that's six. Messes up a man's fertility and reproductive system, [01:28:41.060 --> 01:28:50.100] that's seven. Let's see. Sets you up for other infection. Causes galloping or rampant [01:28:50.100 --> 01:28:58.180] cancer. A lot of the doctors have never seen cancer develop so fast as they have seen with [01:28:58.180 --> 01:29:05.220] people who have gotten the COVID shots. Let's see. Let's keep going. There's 1,297. Would [01:29:05.220 --> 01:29:07.860] you like to complete the whole show doing that? [01:29:07.860 --> 01:29:15.060] Well, we're talking about, we've heard a lot of stuff about the spike protein being [01:29:15.060 --> 01:29:20.820] a problem, but nobody ever told me what to look for. That's what I was looking for. I [01:29:20.820 --> 01:29:36.340] was looking for some way of gauging. My son has had the immunization and so has my sister, [01:29:36.340 --> 01:29:42.580] my daughter-in-law. I want to know what to look for. What are the most common things [01:29:42.580 --> 01:29:49.460] to look for as problems? Cause that. Hang on. We're about to go to our sponsors, [01:29:50.260 --> 01:29:57.780] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Root of La Radio. Our call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be right [01:29:57.780 --> 01:30:06.820] back. Sorry, soft drink lovers. Even diet drinks can make you fat. The new study shows [01:30:06.820 --> 01:30:11.860] that diet soda drinkers gain much more weight than people who avoid the stuff. I'm Dr. Catherine [01:30:11.860 --> 01:30:16.100] Albrecht and I'll be back in a moment with a scoop on supposedly skinny sodas. [01:30:41.860 --> 01:30:51.460] Artificial sweeteners cut the calories and help you lose weight, right? Wrong. Researchers at [01:30:51.460 --> 01:30:56.580] UT San Antonio followed hundreds of diet soda drinkers for nearly a decade. They found that [01:30:56.580 --> 01:31:02.580] regularly drinking diet soda expanded people's waistlines five times more than no soda at all. [01:31:02.580 --> 01:31:07.460] The study's authors say artificial sweeteners trigger the appetite, but unlike regular sugars, [01:31:07.460 --> 01:31:12.820] don't deliver anything to squelch it. Waking up hunger without satisfying it leads to cravings, [01:31:12.820 --> 01:31:17.940] which can result in a larger overall calorie intake. So use natural sweeteners to maintain [01:31:17.940 --> 01:31:22.340] a healthy weight and if you need to shed some pounds, avoid the sweet stuff altogether and [01:31:22.340 --> 01:31:28.420] drink water instead. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31:30.340 --> 01:31:35.860] This is building seven, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th. [01:31:35.860 --> 01:31:41.380] The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded [01:31:41.380 --> 01:31:45.860] it was a controlled demolition. Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:45.860 --> 01:31:50.500] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. In today's America, [01:32:05.940 --> 01:32:09.780] we live in an us-against-them society and if we the people are ever going to have a free society, [01:32:09.780 --> 01:32:13.940] then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. Among those rights are the right to [01:32:13.940 --> 01:32:17.940] travel freely from place to place, the right to act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, [01:32:17.940 --> 01:32:22.340] the right to due process of law. Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to [01:32:22.340 --> 01:32:26.500] learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. Former Sheriff's Deputy [01:32:26.500 --> 01:32:30.420] Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the most comprehensive teaching [01:32:30.420 --> 01:32:34.660] tool available that will help you understand what due process is and how to hold courts to the rule [01:32:34.660 --> 01:32:39.380] of law. LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:33:28.500 --> 01:33:47.940] The wicked come with temptations. They're trying to buy the whole place. [01:33:47.940 --> 01:34:01.700] They want to poison the nation. Because they've fallen from grace. I will not drink from that cup. [01:34:04.340 --> 01:34:12.900] I just can't act that way. They got this problem they're dreaming of. [01:34:12.900 --> 01:34:17.540] I think I won't be the slave come what may. [01:34:22.900 --> 01:34:30.180] Okay, we are back. And on the break, we were talking to Dr. Joe. He's on the call bridge. [01:34:31.140 --> 01:34:34.340] And he kind of explained this in a way that made sense. [01:34:34.340 --> 01:34:44.500] He's saying that the spike protein is kind of like gymsum weed. Anybody here seen gymsum weed? [01:34:44.500 --> 01:34:52.260] It creates this seed. And the seed has spikes all around it. The last thing you want to do is get [01:34:52.260 --> 01:34:58.260] that son of a gun in your hair. Because he just wraps the hair up all around it. You almost have [01:34:58.260 --> 01:35:06.900] to cut it out. It sticks to everything. And what he's saying is the spike proteins are similar to [01:35:06.900 --> 01:35:11.780] that in that they have spikes sticking out all over them. And as they move through the bloodstream, [01:35:12.500 --> 01:35:18.900] they scratch everything they get close to. And if they scratch the pericardium, the pericardium gets [01:35:18.900 --> 01:35:28.260] infected and you get pericarditis. That's right. Yeah, he's got a good point there. He's making a [01:35:28.260 --> 01:35:33.140] good point. I don't want to hijack your whole show on just COVID. So I'll answer your question [01:35:33.140 --> 01:35:41.300] quick. So strokes, be looking for things like well, we've got friends. And just two of them just died [01:35:41.300 --> 01:35:49.140] because they just had all their shots and they were 60, 70 or 80 and they're dead. And we know [01:35:49.140 --> 01:35:54.900] about 20 people that got their shots and immediately died soon after that. And what they got, what they [01:35:54.900 --> 01:36:08.660] generally died from was the most common were strokes, myocarditis, heart attacks, clots, tiny [01:36:08.660 --> 01:36:14.900] clots that have to be seen with a D-dimer test or a brand new type of scan now that they didn't have [01:36:14.900 --> 01:36:22.580] before. Some people had their HIV reactivated. Some people got shingles, but that's not what killed [01:36:22.580 --> 01:36:32.100] them. Their immune system was down. That's what happened. The COVID vaccine basically destroys [01:36:32.100 --> 01:36:40.900] the CD8 cell, the platelets, it can destroy the red blood cells, and it can destroy the [01:36:41.860 --> 01:36:48.100] macrophages, the macrophage type two, type two macrophages. The macrophages are the ones that are [01:36:48.100 --> 01:36:53.140] the cleanup crew. After the infection is all done, the macrophages come out and clean up the mess. [01:36:53.860 --> 01:36:58.020] Well, if there's no macrophages, they can't clean up the mess. And basically, [01:36:58.020 --> 01:37:05.060] if you have had three shots, the two shots like the Moderna, which is a stronger of the two, [01:37:05.060 --> 01:37:12.980] Pfizer is weaker, Moderna is four times as strong, and then you have a booster. By that time, pretty [01:37:12.980 --> 01:37:19.860] much your immune system has been pretty well discombobulated. And even the CD4 cells can be [01:37:19.860 --> 01:37:27.940] destroyed as well, which are the ones that are associated with HIV. HIV destroys the CD4 cells. [01:37:28.420 --> 01:37:35.220] Well, the COVID shots do the same thing, basically. The booster, the boosters are really bad. [01:37:36.980 --> 01:37:41.060] So that's, I hope I've explained it. I don't mean to take up all this time, but [01:37:41.060 --> 01:37:46.420] it's a difficult thing because when the scientists discuss the cause of the disease, [01:37:46.420 --> 01:37:53.700] or the COVID virus, they kind of use the spike proteins interchangeably with the virus. That's [01:37:53.700 --> 01:37:59.140] because the spike proteins are found on the surface of the virus and the spike proteins do [01:37:59.140 --> 01:38:07.060] most of the harm. They do much of the harm of the virus itself. And that's what really hurts you, [01:38:07.060 --> 01:38:14.100] is the spike protein. And the blood clots are terrible. They're terrible. They're terrible. [01:38:14.100 --> 01:38:20.660] The blood clots are terrible. They've had three foot long blood clots. There's a picture. I've [01:38:20.660 --> 01:38:25.940] got pictures of three foot blood clots, and they don't look like regular blood clots. They look [01:38:25.940 --> 01:38:33.220] more like one of those birthday balloons when you deflate it. I saw some photos. It looked like [01:38:33.780 --> 01:38:40.180] a plastic coating in the blood vessel they had. They pulled this long plastic coat, [01:38:40.180 --> 01:38:46.180] broke looking coating out as a thin coating. And it was two feet long. [01:38:46.180 --> 01:38:53.780] Yeah, and I saw one that was three feet long. And then I saw one that had the same shape. I said, [01:38:53.780 --> 01:38:58.820] that looks like it was taken from the heart and lungs. And sure enough, I read, and that's [01:38:58.820 --> 01:39:04.580] exactly where it was taken from. It took on the shape of the blood supply that goes to the heart [01:39:04.580 --> 01:39:11.220] and lungs, all the branches and all. I said, that looks like heart and lung veins and arteries. [01:39:11.220 --> 01:39:18.340] And it was. So that's, it's a very terrible thing. It's been very expertly engineered. [01:39:18.340 --> 01:39:21.540] There's a lot more. I won't get into it tonight. I don't want to hijack your show. [01:39:22.180 --> 01:39:25.380] So I better let you take other callers because I'm sure they're- [01:39:25.380 --> 01:39:28.500] John, you've already hijacked the show. [01:39:28.500 --> 01:39:37.300] I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Well, I'm going to go now. But I can see why you have a problem with that [01:39:37.300 --> 01:39:44.020] because it is very confusing. And the scientists, they use spike protein and the virus kind of [01:39:44.020 --> 01:39:49.380] interchangeably because the spike protein is on the surface of the virus. And another thing that [01:39:49.380 --> 01:39:57.620] they're associating the spike protein with is prions, P-R-I-O-N-S. And prions are found in mad [01:39:57.620 --> 01:40:04.980] cow disease. Spongiform encephalitis, blah, blah, blah, what the official name is. And they think- [01:40:04.980 --> 01:40:08.100] You know why they call it mad cow disease, don't you? [01:40:12.100 --> 01:40:15.060] Well, it kind of makes the cows nuts, I would imagine. [01:40:15.060 --> 01:40:17.700] No, it was PMS was already taken. [01:40:20.660 --> 01:40:22.180] Okay. So- [01:40:22.180 --> 01:40:28.980] Ta-da. I made sure my wife wasn't in earshot when I said that. [01:40:31.540 --> 01:40:34.980] So the only thing else I'm going to say is it's a very [01:40:34.980 --> 01:40:41.380] confusing issue because they're finding out more and more about it every day as time goes on. [01:40:45.140 --> 01:40:48.340] Okay. So now I'm terrified. [01:40:48.340 --> 01:40:52.260] No, no. There are ways of removing it from the body. [01:40:53.380 --> 01:40:57.300] There are ways of removing the COVID vaccine from the body, especially the metal. [01:40:58.980 --> 01:41:03.860] You're familiar with graphene hydroxide and graphene oxide? [01:41:04.820 --> 01:41:05.320] Yes. [01:41:06.260 --> 01:41:12.020] They're very, very electromagnetic compounds. In fact, they're probably the most [01:41:12.020 --> 01:41:18.580] electromagnetic in the universe. First, when persons were getting their shots, their COVID shots, [01:41:19.220 --> 01:41:24.180] they went through a TSA scanner. I think I said that right. TSA scanner at the airport, [01:41:24.740 --> 01:41:30.980] and they had MRIs in the hospital for other things. And they saw the shot in their arms. [01:41:31.780 --> 01:41:37.460] It shows up on the MRI scan and the TSA scan because they're electromagnetic in nature. [01:41:37.460 --> 01:41:45.060] And the compound is electromagnetic, so it's going to show up. And there's a lot more now to this. [01:41:46.020 --> 01:42:01.060] They were, we are the victims of electromagnetic and 5G and EMS experiment. [01:42:01.060 --> 01:42:06.820] There's a lot more to this than they had previously known, and they're finding out more every day. [01:42:09.220 --> 01:42:18.740] It has to do with signaling and reading your brain. And it's all a part of it. The whole thing is a [01:42:18.740 --> 01:42:26.340] sick, twisted, mad scientist, nutso thing that you'd see in a science fiction movie. [01:42:26.340 --> 01:42:30.420] But there's ways. Now, here's how you get rid of the stuff. Now, this is what I understand. [01:42:31.460 --> 01:42:42.340] And Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, Z-E-L-E-N-K-O, was one of the very first doctors in America to use [01:42:42.340 --> 01:42:50.740] ivermectin. And because he used ivermectin on his patients with COVID, most of them did not die. [01:42:50.740 --> 01:42:58.100] Like 99.9% lived. Some ridiculous figure like that. Almost nobody died. And they were trying to [01:42:58.100 --> 01:43:03.700] demonize ivermectin because it does work. And it works very efficiently, and it won't hurt you. [01:43:04.260 --> 01:43:12.020] Just have a doctor prescribe it. And hydroxychloroquine is another very [01:43:12.020 --> 01:43:19.140] efficient anti-COVID medication. And it works very well. And it's safe just to have a doctor [01:43:19.140 --> 01:43:26.020] prescribe it. Now, if you want to get rid of the metals in the body and the vaccines, the COVID [01:43:26.020 --> 01:43:38.420] vaccine in particular, you want zinc. You want selenium. You want zinc. You want selenium. [01:43:38.420 --> 01:43:48.340] You want selenium. You want vitamin D. You want vitamin C, vitamin A. And look up Dr. Zelenko [01:43:49.140 --> 01:43:57.300] because he has a product called Leukoc. Okay, okay. We're out of time. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain. [01:43:57.300 --> 01:44:04.180] We'll be right back. Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, [01:44:04.180 --> 01:44:09.060] except in the area of nutrition. People feed their pets better than they feed themselves. [01:44:09.060 --> 01:44:14.900] And it's time we changed all that. Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic [01:44:14.900 --> 01:44:20.100] environment is good nutrition. In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, [01:44:20.100 --> 01:44:26.260] adulterated, and mutilated, Young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. [01:46:55.060 --> 01:47:01.300] to Greg in California. Hello, Greg. What do you have for us today? [01:47:04.260 --> 01:47:07.540] Hello, can you hear me? Good morning. [01:47:09.780 --> 01:47:15.460] Oh, and before we start, we had a first time caller who just dropped off. We'll call back. [01:47:16.660 --> 01:47:21.860] We'll make sure we get to you. Okay. Yeah, it was somebody in the 620 area code. [01:47:21.860 --> 01:47:27.540] Okay. What do we do you have for us today, Mr. Greg? [01:47:28.820 --> 01:47:31.620] Well, can you hear me? Yes. [01:47:33.220 --> 01:47:39.940] I wanted to expand a little bit on what was just being discussed. I know this is rule of law, [01:47:41.060 --> 01:47:49.540] and I spent quite a number of hours studying what and reading the information surrounding [01:47:49.540 --> 01:47:53.940] what, what was the name, John from New York? Yes. [01:47:53.940 --> 01:48:02.420] We were discussing. Okay. Listen, there were a couple of people that did deep, deep research [01:48:02.420 --> 01:48:15.620] on this, actually a few. One, to our credit, on the pro se, was a pro se, a paralegal [01:48:15.620 --> 01:48:26.100] legal and pro se researcher. This, and I'll mention names here. Catherine Watt was the [01:48:26.100 --> 01:48:32.820] person that did a lot of research. Sasha Latopova was involved in contracts with [01:48:34.420 --> 01:48:40.820] all of the pharma companies. Dr. David Martin was a patent researcher. [01:48:40.820 --> 01:48:51.300] And the, so I'd like to add that really, what we're looking at here is not, it wasn't really [01:48:51.860 --> 01:48:59.380] a virus per se. I mean, it is, but this was researched and developed by the Department [01:48:59.380 --> 01:49:08.500] of Defense of this country. It started in 1965, 1966. The spike protein coronavirus was [01:49:08.500 --> 01:49:18.340] was a chimeric development by the Department of Defense. It was financed by the United States [01:49:19.700 --> 01:49:27.460] Defense Department. Probably DARPA was involved in that. And it was developed in Chapel Hill [01:49:28.260 --> 01:49:36.100] in North Carolina and eventually got moved to Wuhan because it was no longer legal to do that [01:49:36.100 --> 01:49:42.660] kind of chimeric research in this country. This is not what we consider as a virus. This is [01:49:42.660 --> 01:49:50.100] a typical virus, which are typically non-lethal. This is a chimeric- [01:49:50.100 --> 01:49:56.900] Hold on just a second. You keep saying chimeric research and you explain to people what that is. [01:49:56.900 --> 01:50:10.900] Okay. Chimeric is when you take a virus and you alter it through, whether chemistry or biological [01:50:10.900 --> 01:50:16.980] means, intentionally to alter it to do things that you want it to do, whether it's to become [01:50:16.980 --> 01:50:29.220] more pathogenic or to affect certain areas of the body or combine it with other viral elements [01:50:29.220 --> 01:50:35.460] in a lab. That's what chimeric. Chimeric means that you've somehow made it stronger [01:50:35.460 --> 01:50:39.060] or to have an effect other than its natural effect found in nature. [01:50:39.060 --> 01:50:48.900] Yeah. Where you see in the old folktales and stuff where they show a creature that's two animals, [01:50:48.900 --> 01:50:56.580] like a horse and a man. That's a chimera. That's what they were doing with these viruses. They're [01:50:56.580 --> 01:50:59.940] combining them together apparently to get the worst outcome. [01:50:59.940 --> 01:51:14.340] That's right. It's chimeric. That research was done and paid for by the Department of Defense [01:51:14.340 --> 01:51:21.620] of this country. That's number one. How is that evidenced? Well, it's evidenced through [01:51:21.620 --> 01:51:31.380] contracts. Those contracts are all evident in that when Brooke Jackson sued the Pfizer, actually she [01:51:31.380 --> 01:51:39.220] worked for Ventana in Texas, and she sued Pfizer saying that Ventana was not actually doing any [01:51:39.220 --> 01:51:49.460] legitimate random controlled trials and testing. Pfizer said, well, yeah, well, we don't really [01:51:49.460 --> 01:51:56.020] need to because we're just fulfilling our contract with Pfizer or with the Department of Defense. [01:51:56.020 --> 01:52:06.420] And it turned out that's when we all discovered that this was for the vaccine, which is related [01:52:06.420 --> 01:52:15.700] to the quote unquote virus, which is the chimeric version of the coronavirus, which was the regular [01:52:15.700 --> 01:52:24.660] cold. This version of it, this research and developed and lab-produced version of it was what [01:52:24.660 --> 01:52:31.860] became more deadly. And what made it deadly was the addition of certain elements. So one of those [01:52:31.860 --> 01:52:38.820] elements was HIV. One of those elements was spike protein. These are combined in a lab set in. [01:52:38.820 --> 01:52:44.420] Brooke Jackson, when she filed her suit and said, hey, you guys aren't really even doing random [01:52:44.420 --> 01:52:52.420] controlled trials on the vaccine, the Department of Justice defended Pfizer because Pfizer said [01:52:52.420 --> 01:52:56.340] we're just fulfilling a contract. They had no obligation to actually do any research. They only [01:52:56.340 --> 01:53:02.340] needed to make it look in appearance as though they were doing research on and testing on a [01:53:02.340 --> 01:53:14.660] vaccine. The vaccine is equivalent to the virus, as John was saying. They're bio-weapons developed [01:53:14.660 --> 01:53:21.780] by the Department of Defense. The vaccine, it wasn't tested. It wasn't tested on anybody [01:53:22.660 --> 01:53:29.460] legitimately. And the testing that they did, they erased the double blind. There was no [01:53:29.460 --> 01:53:36.420] legitimate testing. The numbers they put out were numbers like relative risk rather than absolute [01:53:36.420 --> 01:53:44.100] risk. Everything that we saw was propaganda from beginning to end. And this was worldwide. This [01:53:44.100 --> 01:53:49.540] wasn't just in the United States. This was worldwide. All of the companies that did the [01:53:49.540 --> 01:53:56.740] actual vaccine production were contracts through the DOD, directly with the DOD, under other [01:53:56.740 --> 01:54:02.820] transaction authorities, which was originally meant for, hey, we need a little some of these [01:54:02.820 --> 01:54:08.660] supplies. We need them in a hurry. Kenya, we'll go through other transaction authority. That way we [01:54:08.660 --> 01:54:12.580] don't have to go through all the legal, you know, we don't have to get this approval and have all [01:54:12.580 --> 01:54:17.380] these specs. That's what OTAs were developed for. They used OTAs because they knew it was a [01:54:17.380 --> 01:54:24.660] workaround, was a legal workaround for the vaccine. The vaccine is not a vaccine. It is a bio-weapons [01:54:24.660 --> 01:54:32.340] not a vaccine. It is a bio-weapon. The spike protein is a bio-weapon. All of this stuff was [01:54:32.340 --> 01:54:38.420] known. They knew that spike proteins, when they were developed in the sixties, in the seventies, [01:54:38.420 --> 01:54:45.860] when they were working with them, that caused tachycardia, myocarditis. All these elements [01:54:45.860 --> 01:54:55.380] were known because they did testing on animals with this chimeric version of the coronavirus, [01:54:55.380 --> 01:55:03.940] right? So it was a known... So we're not looking at what was portrayed as, oh, a virus escaped from [01:55:03.940 --> 01:55:13.220] a lab or was released from a lab intentionally. What we're looking at is an actual bio-weapon used [01:55:13.220 --> 01:55:22.500] globally. And the response was another bio-weapon that was injected, coerced injections globally, [01:55:22.500 --> 01:55:28.020] not just here, the entire world. The same scenario was done in every country. And some countries [01:55:28.020 --> 01:55:34.100] said, no, some countries said, we're not going to, you know, the country that was most closely tied [01:55:34.100 --> 01:55:39.940] into this was Israel. And a lot of the studies came out of Israel early on. And so, you know, [01:55:39.940 --> 01:55:44.660] you can see all the damages there. Now you're asking, you keep asking, well, what do you look [01:55:44.660 --> 01:55:57.860] for? What are the signs? Well, there are so many different... I want to say they're not side [01:55:57.860 --> 01:56:02.500] effects. They're not adverse effects. They are direct effects because it's a bio-weapon. [01:56:02.500 --> 01:56:08.820] And you're not going to notice, you know, any particular single [01:56:11.700 --> 01:56:21.780] disease type or symptomatic presentation. And the reason that you won't is that the lots that were [01:56:21.780 --> 01:56:26.740] produced, they weren't not produced by Pfizer. They were not produced by Moderna. They were [01:56:26.740 --> 01:56:33.140] produced by subcontractors with the DoD. Pfizer and Moderna were distributors only. They didn't [01:56:33.140 --> 01:56:39.220] make them. They didn't test them. They didn't do anything. The FDA had nothing to do with this. [01:56:39.220 --> 01:56:44.820] This was not even in the realm of the FDA. So what that means is the lots that were produced, [01:56:44.820 --> 01:56:49.460] there were lots of different lots. There was no consistency in the lots. You could test a lot. [01:56:49.460 --> 01:56:55.940] They had lot numbers. Lot numbers were, you know, what, E's, F's, A's, B's, B's, whatever, [01:56:55.940 --> 01:56:59.940] all these different lot numbers that went throughout the world. There's no consistency [01:56:59.940 --> 01:57:04.660] in the lot numbers. There was no consistency in the production. There was no testing. [01:57:04.660 --> 01:57:11.220] When you have a regular lab like Pfizer, you have inspectors that can walk into any of these [01:57:11.220 --> 01:57:16.420] legitimate labs at any time without notice and look at the conditions of production, [01:57:17.380 --> 01:57:25.540] test anything in that factory at any time, and pull out numerous samples from any part of the line [01:57:25.540 --> 01:57:31.780] without notice. None of that happened. This is not what we can think of as a pharmaceutical. [01:57:31.780 --> 01:57:40.340] These were produced under secrecy with direct contracts with the DoD. And there was no quality [01:57:40.340 --> 01:57:47.220] control, no checking. Some of these have huge amounts of DNA in them. Some of them have almost [01:57:47.220 --> 01:57:54.740] none. Some of them have huge amounts of lithium-ion particles and have none. So there's no consistency. [01:57:54.740 --> 01:57:58.740] He says you don't know what to look for from person to person, from state to state, [01:57:58.740 --> 01:58:03.300] from country to country. That's scary business. [01:58:06.260 --> 01:58:07.380] Now I feel worse [01:58:09.860 --> 01:58:15.380] because now I don't know what to look for other than an increased death toll, [01:58:18.740 --> 01:58:20.260] which we are definitely seeing. [01:58:20.260 --> 01:58:32.580] There are treatment protocols that you can look up. Dr. Peter McCullough would be a good person to [01:58:32.580 --> 01:58:36.260] consult if you can look at what he's written about. [01:58:36.260 --> 01:58:55.940] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated because [01:58:55.940 --> 01:59:01.620] they struggle to understand it.
