[00:00.000 --> 00:05.680] The Bill of Rights contains the first ten amendments of our Constitution. [00:05.680 --> 00:09.360] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [00:09.360 --> 00:10.840] Our liberty depends on it. [00:10.840 --> 00:14.760] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way to remember [00:14.760 --> 00:16.880] your First Amendment rights. [00:16.880 --> 00:18.460] Privacy is under attack. [00:18.460 --> 00:22.060] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [00:22.060 --> 00:26.840] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [00:26.840 --> 00:32.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [00:32.000 --> 00:33.000] Privacy. [00:33.000 --> 00:34.600] It's worth hanging on to. [00:34.600 --> 00:38.880] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search [00:38.880 --> 00:42.420] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [00:42.420 --> 00:44.720] Start over with Startpage. [00:44.720 --> 00:46.480] Spar. [00:46.480 --> 00:47.700] It's what fighters do. [00:47.700 --> 00:50.680] It's also how I remember the five guarantees of the First Amendment. [00:50.680 --> 00:54.400] If you plan to take away my rights, I'm going to spar with you. [00:54.400 --> 00:56.440] S-P-A-R with an extra P. [00:56.440 --> 01:02.800] S for speech, P for press, another P for petition, A for assembly, and R for religion. [01:02.800 --> 01:06.800] Most Americans are familiar with the First Amendment guarantees of free speech, press, [01:06.800 --> 01:10.760] assembly, and religion, but petition for redress is another matter. [01:10.760 --> 01:14.480] We have the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. [01:14.480 --> 01:18.000] It means that if we're unhappy with what's going on in our government, we can spell out [01:18.000 --> 01:20.600] the reasons without fear of being thrown into jail. [01:20.600 --> 01:22.640] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:22.640 --> 01:26.640] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:26.640 --> 01:36.440] Pressure, we usually associate it with stress and negativity, but sometimes a bit of pressure [01:36.440 --> 01:37.440] can be healing. [01:37.440 --> 01:41.480] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back to tell you how conditions like nausea can [01:41.480 --> 01:46.460] be cured using the traditional Chinese therapy known as acupressure. [01:46.460 --> 01:48.040] Privacy is under attack. [01:48.040 --> 01:51.640] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:51.640 --> 01:56.400] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:56.400 --> 02:01.400] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [02:01.400 --> 02:04.160] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [02:04.160 --> 02:08.440] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [02:08.440 --> 02:12.000] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [02:12.000 --> 02:16.080] Start over with StartPage. [02:16.080 --> 02:19.980] Acupressure is an ancient practice that uses finger or hand pressure to cure everything [02:19.980 --> 02:22.120] from headaches to constipation. [02:22.120 --> 02:25.500] The pressure is applied to points known as meridians that are believed to control the [02:25.500 --> 02:28.280] flow of energy in the human body. [02:28.280 --> 02:31.960] Acupressure offers a simple cure for nausea you might try the next time you get a queasy [02:31.960 --> 02:34.800] stomach or a case of motion sickness. [02:34.800 --> 02:37.960] Simply apply moderate pressure to the point known as P6. [02:37.960 --> 02:42.480] You'll find it on the inside of your wrist, about two fingers width down from your palm. [02:42.480 --> 02:47.360] Placing pressure on the P6 point works on the same principle as those pricey anti-nausea [02:47.360 --> 02:51.000] wristbands, but this relief is free and always on hand. [02:51.000 --> 03:20.920] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [03:21.000 --> 03:49.920] I don't know if you guys are paying attention, but this show and maybe others just like [03:49.920 --> 03:58.800] it and entertainment in general, maybe leaving the airwaves soon, maybe because there's not [03:58.800 --> 04:02.840] even going to be any airwaves soon. [04:02.840 --> 04:06.800] They couldn't get rid of the population using this genetic therapy. [04:06.800 --> 04:13.380] They labeled a vaccine and they used it to poison and kill millions of people worldwide, [04:13.380 --> 04:17.160] but that wasn't enough for now. [04:17.160 --> 04:23.960] We have a moron in office pushing us into a global nuclear war with another nuclear [04:23.960 --> 04:31.520] power so that the population, the depopulation agenda can be fulfilled. [04:31.520 --> 04:34.700] Now it's not like he gives a crap. [04:34.700 --> 04:36.640] He's got no red to hide in. [04:36.640 --> 04:39.920] He's got his bunker at the white house to hide in. [04:39.920 --> 04:43.600] His cronies have their bunkers to hide in. [04:43.600 --> 04:50.000] They're guaranteed to survive short of an inside job, planning a nuclear device, wherever [04:50.000 --> 04:52.580] they're going to hide. [04:52.580 --> 05:05.600] And the rest of us are just going to get evaporated with the sun literally, however, the question [05:05.600 --> 05:13.320] is, is who's going to do the work for them if they push us down that road that far? [05:13.320 --> 05:18.720] It's not like they have any abilities themselves to get anything done except messing things [05:18.720 --> 05:19.720] up. [05:19.720 --> 05:27.640] They, they excel at that by the boatload, but we have a moron in chief that is doing [05:27.640 --> 05:35.180] his dead level best to start a nuclear war with another superpower. [05:35.180 --> 05:44.120] Not just one, but two because his actions are forcing an alliance between Russia and [05:44.120 --> 05:57.480] China against us and all the other NATO friendly countries, all because we could not stay the [05:57.480 --> 06:12.160] hell out of the Ukraine in order to force a NATO outpost that close to the Russian border. [06:12.160 --> 06:14.880] And that was Putin's whole deal about this. [06:14.880 --> 06:20.320] You will not put an international threat on the border of my country. [06:20.320 --> 06:25.640] You're not going to do it. [06:25.640 --> 06:31.840] And Biden, the bird brain has done everything possible to ensure that's exactly what has [06:31.840 --> 06:40.340] happened since the day he got elected now, whether or not he's really coherent and conniving [06:40.340 --> 06:47.520] enough on his own to get us to that point is another issue. [06:47.520 --> 06:52.560] The fact of the matter is as long as he's worried, the title of commander in chief, [06:52.560 --> 06:56.880] he's going to bear the blame, which is probably how the powers that be behind the scene actually [06:56.880 --> 06:59.280] want it. [06:59.280 --> 07:02.760] But the fact of the matter is strings are being pulled. [07:02.760 --> 07:04.200] Things are getting done. [07:04.200 --> 07:10.800] And that is where we're headed. [07:10.800 --> 07:17.120] This goes way beyond fighting traffic tickets, misdemeanors, and small time felonies in court. [07:17.120 --> 07:21.700] Ladies and gentlemen, [07:21.700 --> 07:32.080] this is going to a point of extremism that is utterly off the charts. [07:32.080 --> 07:36.360] What happens when that happens? [07:36.360 --> 07:42.200] What are you and your family going to do after a nuclear war? [07:42.200 --> 07:43.640] Are you going to have one? [07:43.640 --> 07:49.040] Are you going to be one? [07:49.040 --> 07:52.840] And consider there's not even going to be anything to bury for most people, at least [07:52.840 --> 08:01.040] nobody near the point of impact. [08:01.040 --> 08:11.840] Why do we let a small cabal of individuals run things to get things into this state? [08:11.840 --> 08:14.240] Why? [08:14.240 --> 08:21.360] Why are we so blind and so stupid that we don't do something about these people the [08:21.360 --> 08:26.600] very first time they lie to our face, much less for the thousandth time they've lied [08:26.600 --> 08:35.360] to our face? [08:35.360 --> 08:41.840] This is no longer the land of the brave and home with the free or the other way around [08:41.840 --> 08:44.360] the land of the free and the home of the brave. [08:44.360 --> 08:46.000] Doesn't matter how you word it. [08:46.000 --> 08:50.080] It's not us anymore. [08:50.080 --> 08:55.880] This is the land of the brain dead and home of the fearful. [08:55.880 --> 08:58.200] Everybody's afraid of getting canceled. [08:58.200 --> 09:01.880] Everybody's afraid of having somebody tell them they're racist. [09:01.880 --> 09:04.760] Everybody's afraid of having somebody tell them they're a bigot. [09:04.760 --> 09:07.960] They're this, they're that, they're the other thing. [09:07.960 --> 09:12.440] What is it going to matter when you're nothing but radioactive dust? [09:12.440 --> 09:17.920] What somebody else thought or said about you? [09:17.920 --> 09:26.080] What is it going to matter? [09:26.080 --> 09:34.200] This country is not legitimately governed or run by the people that are doing it. [09:34.200 --> 09:45.400] It's not in any way, shape or form meant to be on the verge of war 12 days out of 13. [09:45.400 --> 09:56.080] And yeah, I know that's an odd number, but if you think about it, it fit, it fits, okay? [09:56.080 --> 10:06.460] This country has been at war more years and during its existence than it has been without. [10:06.460 --> 10:17.600] It has been in some kind of war somewhere in some way for what 200 of the 230 plus years [10:17.600 --> 10:25.720] it's been in existence, 40 plus years has been in existence. [10:25.720 --> 10:30.800] Why is that the constant state of things? [10:30.800 --> 10:36.840] How is that the constant state of things? [10:36.840 --> 10:44.240] The people of this country are being financially bled and physically bled to fight endless [10:44.240 --> 10:52.520] wars on foreign soil in the guise of keeping the rest of us free. [10:52.520 --> 11:02.640] And I, for one, failed to see how our freedom found itself in the Middle East or in the [11:02.640 --> 11:11.920] Ukraine or in Russia or in Afghanistan and anywhere else we've been waging war for umpteen [11:11.920 --> 11:18.080] dozen years this decade, okay? [11:18.080 --> 11:28.520] Our last five decades, we have been in a perpetual state of war forever. [11:28.520 --> 11:37.400] Why the American dream, the way it's been described to me, my entire life growing up, [11:37.400 --> 11:44.320] the word war is not in their life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. [11:44.320 --> 11:48.320] War does not contribute to life. [11:48.320 --> 11:53.960] War does not contribute to liberty, especially when you can be conscripted to fight it, whether [11:53.960 --> 12:00.760] you agree with it or not, and it damn sure isn't liberating the people we're killing, [12:00.760 --> 12:06.840] at least not in any practical sense. [12:06.840 --> 12:12.240] And it certainly doesn't make the people of this country any more free to go to war somewhere [12:12.240 --> 12:15.720] else. [12:15.720 --> 12:21.360] If the goal was to make the American people free, the war would be being waged right here [12:21.360 --> 12:26.440] against those that are putting us in this situation. [12:26.440 --> 12:36.560] That's where the war to make us free would be valuable and useful and practical. [12:36.560 --> 12:43.080] I mean, let's look at the things they've done to protect themselves against retribution [12:43.080 --> 12:49.560] from us for the things they do against us. [12:49.560 --> 12:58.480] Congress created a law that says we cannot have any type of armed resistance to the federal [12:58.480 --> 13:04.360] government's actions and they call it an insurrection, okay? [13:04.360 --> 13:10.400] But that is exactly how this country came into existence was an armed insurrection against [13:10.400 --> 13:13.880] the ruling class. [13:13.880 --> 13:21.100] That is what made it a free nation was an armed insurrection against the ruling class [13:21.100 --> 13:27.860] in this particular case from insurrection straight to treason because taking up arms [13:27.860 --> 13:37.400] against the King of England was an act of treason when this country was founded. [13:37.400 --> 13:43.540] Right now, people that did absolutely nothing wrong on January 6th are serving more time [13:43.540 --> 13:53.600] in prison than the politicians who have lied, betrayed, embezzled, defrauded, and stolen [13:53.600 --> 14:03.800] from every person in this country since the day they got elected. [14:03.800 --> 14:09.580] And they have never seen a single day in a courtroom or a jail cell. [14:09.580 --> 14:12.840] Why is that? [14:12.840 --> 14:19.040] In a free country, how can that be the case? [14:19.040 --> 14:26.640] In a republic, how can that be the case? [14:26.640 --> 14:31.160] How can it be insurrection against the government when we have a right to keep and bear arms [14:31.160 --> 14:35.400] specifically to resist that government? [14:35.400 --> 14:40.000] How can it be treason when the government itself is not complying with the rules we [14:40.000 --> 14:45.400] the people gave it to operate by and they are trying to use those rules against us as [14:45.400 --> 14:48.760] if they were written to govern us instead of them? [14:48.760 --> 14:53.800] How are we committing treason in resisting that armed or otherwise? [14:53.800 --> 14:59.760] How are we committing sedition in resisting that arm or otherwise? [14:59.760 --> 15:01.440] It doesn't make any sense. [15:01.440 --> 15:02.600] It's not logical. [15:02.600 --> 15:09.400] It's not reasonable. [15:09.400 --> 15:15.360] It stinks. [15:15.360 --> 15:19.160] So why? [15:19.160 --> 15:21.620] Why is this the world we live in? [15:21.620 --> 15:25.240] Why do we let it remain the world we live in? [15:25.240 --> 15:29.260] Why do we do nothing to rectify the problem? [15:29.260 --> 15:34.520] And why do we do nothing to hold those accountable who have caused it? [15:34.520 --> 15:35.520] Why? [15:35.520 --> 15:41.680] See, I could ask that all day long, every single day. [15:41.680 --> 15:48.080] And nobody anywhere could ever give me a good answer. [15:48.080 --> 15:50.800] Why? [15:50.800 --> 15:55.520] I don't know, maybe I was raised different. [15:55.520 --> 15:56.600] Maybe I read more. [15:56.600 --> 16:03.000] Maybe I understood certain things a little better than most when it comes to what this [16:03.000 --> 16:07.720] country was intended to be versus what it's become. [16:07.720 --> 16:14.160] And that's why I see a different picture that's not all bright, rosy, and patriotic, like [16:14.160 --> 16:24.480] they want the public to swallow hook, line, and sinker every single day. [16:24.480 --> 16:29.760] And all you got to do is turn on your TV, turn on your radio, go look on the internet, [16:29.760 --> 16:34.280] and the stories out there confirm that nothing I'm saying is a conspiracy theory. [16:34.280 --> 16:35.760] It's dead level fact on. [16:35.760 --> 16:45.280] It happens every single day, it's happening right now. [16:45.280 --> 16:51.120] What are we going to do about this before we all die in a blinding flash and a radioactive [16:51.120 --> 16:52.120] wave of heat? [16:52.120 --> 16:55.120] What are we going to do, people? [16:55.120 --> 17:01.120] Alright, 512-646-1984, give us a call. [19:22.160 --> 19:23.160] My whole life spins into a frenzy. [19:23.160 --> 19:24.160] Am I stepping into the twilight zone? [19:24.160 --> 19:25.160] This is the madhouse, feels like being blown. [19:25.160 --> 19:40.160] My beacon's been moved, I'm the moon and star. [19:40.160 --> 19:55.720] How do I know now that I'm born to be born? [19:55.720 --> 20:00.800] We are back, this is March 20th, 2023. [20:00.800 --> 20:03.560] We are live tonight. [20:03.560 --> 20:06.140] And like I was saying, what are we going to do, folks? [20:06.140 --> 20:09.700] What are we going to do before, poof, the world is gone? [20:09.700 --> 20:17.440] And their depopulation control was done using nuclear weapons since the vaccine didn't get [20:17.440 --> 20:19.440] everybody they hoped it would. [20:19.440 --> 20:24.120] Didn't lower the numbers far enough to suit them, okay? [20:24.120 --> 20:31.120] I'm sorry, the gene therapy labeled a vaccine. [20:31.120 --> 20:32.760] Smarten up, folks. [20:32.760 --> 20:38.200] If you don't, it's going to be a mess. [20:38.200 --> 20:39.960] It's going to be a real mess. [20:39.960 --> 20:45.400] Anyway, if you want to call and talk, whether about this or about some of the issue, 512-646-1984 [20:45.400 --> 20:47.480] is the call-in number. [20:47.480 --> 20:48.640] The phones are on. [20:48.640 --> 20:51.720] Our first caller up is John in New York. [20:51.720 --> 20:53.360] All right, John, go ahead. [20:53.360 --> 20:56.040] Hi, I can answer your question. [20:56.040 --> 21:02.320] You've got a very important question, and I'll have the answer in five seconds. [21:02.320 --> 21:11.560] The answer is when you hear somebody say, somebody better do something about this, you [21:11.560 --> 21:18.040] open your mouth and you say what I tell them and what I tell myself each and every time. [21:18.040 --> 21:19.880] You be that somebody. [21:19.880 --> 21:25.120] Don't expect somebody else to do it for you, because if you wait for your beans to get [21:25.120 --> 21:30.360] cooked, you're going to have neither raw beans nor cooked beans. [21:30.360 --> 21:33.520] You got to do it yourself. [21:33.520 --> 21:34.520] That's number one. [21:34.520 --> 21:44.800] Number two, the NFL scores, the new hamburger at McDonald's, Charlie Sheen's latest trollop, [21:44.800 --> 21:53.600] Kim Kardashian's spray-on Capri pan, they were far too important for far too many years. [21:53.600 --> 22:00.260] People concentrating on all the wrong things with bread and circuses. [22:00.260 --> 22:06.280] We have ourselves to thank, and I'm going to make a statement, and there's going to [22:06.280 --> 22:09.900] be people that don't like this statement, but it's true. [22:09.900 --> 22:19.040] When you vote for the wrong people, you hang the same millstone around your neck, and you [22:19.040 --> 22:22.160] hang it around ours. [22:22.160 --> 22:23.880] You like Biden? [22:23.880 --> 22:30.160] I know people that still to this day say, I don't like that Trump, he pinch his panties. [22:30.160 --> 22:37.760] Well, so did John F. Kennedy, so did Mr. Slick Willie. [22:37.760 --> 22:44.400] It's how they run the country that makes the difference, and Mr. Trump gets an A plus plus [22:44.400 --> 22:45.960] in my book. [22:45.960 --> 22:49.080] He can pinch all the panties he wants. [22:49.080 --> 22:54.000] He can pinch my panty on national television and tell me that I'm fat. [22:54.000 --> 22:56.240] I don't care. [22:56.240 --> 22:59.680] It's the way he runs the country. [22:59.680 --> 23:04.760] I got off the phone with my two legislators, two or three of them this morning, telling [23:04.760 --> 23:12.840] them about why they're going after Trump with a little witch hunt, and they had every legal [23:12.840 --> 23:15.960] excuse in the book why they can't do anything about it. [23:15.960 --> 23:20.840] Well, you see, it's out of our jurisdiction. [23:20.840 --> 23:21.840] We don't do that. [23:21.840 --> 23:32.820] Well, in the meantime, burning down Portland and Seattle and Los Angeles, burning their [23:32.820 --> 23:41.140] downtown areas to the ground, they didn't have jurisdiction to do that either, and then [23:41.140 --> 23:42.920] they never went to jail for it. [23:42.920 --> 23:48.040] So you see, we've been paying attention to Charlie Sheen, Gladys Prolip, and the new [23:48.040 --> 23:52.360] hamburger, and now everybody says, man, somebody better do something. [23:52.360 --> 23:55.280] You be that somebody, just like I will. [23:55.280 --> 24:02.560] Well, I can summarize your statement there a little bit. [24:02.560 --> 24:10.560] There's an old saying, people, okay, a person is smart. [24:10.560 --> 24:16.120] People are stupid. [24:16.120 --> 24:19.240] I see what you're getting at. [24:19.240 --> 24:24.280] In other words, an individual is smart enough to know when he's getting something put over [24:24.280 --> 24:32.840] on him most of the time, but an individual caught up in a herd mentality, a group mentality, [24:32.840 --> 24:39.320] a group think mentality, and the leader of the group is as dumb as a rock, and thus everyone [24:39.320 --> 24:41.840] else becomes as dumb as a rock. [24:41.840 --> 24:51.200] So, people, I want you to listen. [24:51.200 --> 24:55.600] We're all guilty of it. [24:55.600 --> 25:02.960] Of course, I won't say too much about myself. [25:02.960 --> 25:05.280] I knew about it then, I know about it now. [25:05.280 --> 25:12.560] But the real reason is why we're in this mess, and Americans themselves can blame themselves. [25:12.560 --> 25:17.640] And when you vote for the wrong person, you're hanging us along with yourself. [25:17.640 --> 25:20.920] And yeah, there are the wrong people to vote for in this country. [25:20.920 --> 25:21.920] We know who they are. [25:21.920 --> 25:24.080] I'm not going to say it. [25:24.080 --> 25:25.080] Everybody knows it. [25:25.080 --> 25:30.160] And if you don't, you're still too far gone. [25:30.160 --> 25:35.360] I was one of the lucky ones, because of my background, because of what I studied all [25:35.360 --> 25:37.840] my life. [25:37.840 --> 25:41.560] When COVID came along, I hit the ground running. [25:41.560 --> 25:47.300] I very quickly figured out that the whole thing is one big scam. [25:47.300 --> 25:52.560] And they're trying to murder as many people as they can without murdering too many, otherwise [25:52.560 --> 25:55.680] they're going to get noticed too quickly. [25:55.680 --> 26:01.200] They had to have everybody shot up with the vaccine before people knew what was happening. [26:01.200 --> 26:08.800] And that didn't happen because people started to figure out the vaccine was killing people. [26:08.800 --> 26:09.800] And it wasn't the virus. [26:09.800 --> 26:10.800] Not even so much. [26:10.800 --> 26:15.000] They started figuring out it was killing people, as in they had learned to take things from [26:15.000 --> 26:20.720] the government, at least more than the average number of people had learned not to take things [26:20.720 --> 26:23.640] that face value from the government. [26:23.640 --> 26:28.440] Rule number one about the government, people, if the government is wholly on board with [26:28.440 --> 26:34.320] something and pushing the agenda to its utmost, something is wrong. [26:34.320 --> 26:43.400] And it's not to your benefit, ever, never is, especially when they're doing it differently. [26:43.400 --> 26:49.120] The same thing, but doing it differently than they've ever done it before. [26:49.120 --> 26:50.120] Okay. [26:50.120 --> 26:58.800] For instance, vaccine testing in this country used to take a minimum of 10 years, minimum [26:58.800 --> 26:59.800] 10 years. [26:59.800 --> 27:00.800] That's right. [27:00.800 --> 27:01.800] That's right. [27:01.800 --> 27:06.400] Here, they wanted this stuff pushed out in less than a year. [27:06.400 --> 27:12.080] Well, you do know that the vaccines, I call them vaccines. [27:12.080 --> 27:15.760] They're not the vaccines for COVID. [27:15.760 --> 27:20.440] They were patented in 2017, 2016, and 2015. [27:20.440 --> 27:21.440] Yes. [27:21.440 --> 27:24.520] The American people are starting to catch on to that. [27:24.520 --> 27:25.520] They had the- [27:25.520 --> 27:31.520] Well, the biggest key to understanding that this was a setup was the day Fauci went on [27:31.520 --> 27:40.840] national television and interview and said that Trump was going to face a major plague [27:40.840 --> 27:43.900] in his, during his presidency. [27:43.900 --> 27:50.480] That was a dead out, in your face statement that they were going to infect the world with [27:50.480 --> 27:51.480] something. [27:51.480 --> 27:52.640] That's right. [27:52.640 --> 27:59.320] And Bill Gates, in 2015, on his famous Ted talk, gets up on the stage and said, well, [27:59.320 --> 28:01.280] we can control the population. [28:01.280 --> 28:08.200] We can reduce the population by maybe 15% with the judicious use of vaccine. [28:08.200 --> 28:09.520] Yeah. [28:09.520 --> 28:14.040] Hello, wake up America. [28:14.040 --> 28:22.280] I don't mean to sound like I'm preaching, but I'm disappointed with America. [28:22.280 --> 28:28.160] We went from being the most resourceful, intelligent nation on the planet- [28:28.160 --> 28:37.640] Well, I'm not so sure about the most intelligent, but at least the most industrious. [28:37.640 --> 28:39.000] That too. [28:39.000 --> 28:40.120] They were intelligent. [28:40.120 --> 28:46.280] They knew better and they knew better back, oh, and I'm going to say this and throw it [28:46.280 --> 28:49.760] in because it just came to mind. [28:49.760 --> 29:00.840] There was colonial money in the 1700s and it was printed by our own government, us. [29:00.840 --> 29:07.840] Every time, and I believe they went to three printing, they printed it the first time and [29:07.840 --> 29:09.680] there was prosperity for all. [29:09.680 --> 29:18.920] Well, the problem was each state minute it's on, but you see there was prosperity for all [29:18.920 --> 29:24.920] and George the third of England whispered in, excuse me, must've been Lord Rothschild [29:24.920 --> 29:29.200] whispered in George the third of England's ear and said, you better do something about [29:29.200 --> 29:30.200] this. [29:30.200 --> 29:42.520] So we went back to the British and every time we went to the British notes, everybody lost [29:42.520 --> 29:43.520] their shirt. [29:43.520 --> 29:45.000] Every time we see their own money. [29:45.000 --> 29:46.000] Yeah. [29:46.000 --> 29:52.360] Well, hang on John, all right folks, call it number 512-646-1984. [29:52.360 --> 29:53.360] Give us a call. [29:53.360 --> 29:54.360] Get in line. [29:54.360 --> 29:55.360] Let's talk. [29:55.360 --> 30:02.360] We'll be right back after this break. [30:02.360 --> 30:06.920] Thousands of Florida motorists convicted of DUI may very well have been driving under [30:06.920 --> 30:08.400] the blood alcohol limit. [30:08.400 --> 30:13.320] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back with a tale of bad breathalyzers and a government [30:13.320 --> 30:15.840] coverup in a moment. [30:15.840 --> 30:17.440] Privacy is under attack. [30:17.440 --> 30:21.040] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:21.040 --> 30:25.800] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:25.800 --> 30:30.840] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [30:30.840 --> 30:33.560] Privacy, it's worth hanging onto. [30:33.560 --> 30:37.840] This public service announcement is brought to you by startpage.com, the private search [30:37.840 --> 30:41.380] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. [30:41.380 --> 30:44.800] Start over with StartPage. [30:44.800 --> 30:46.960] Ever hear the term fine farming? [30:46.960 --> 30:51.520] It's when cops fine innocent people to bring in revenue and it's apparently big business [30:51.520 --> 30:53.840] in the Sunshine State of Florida. [30:53.840 --> 30:59.800] This case involves breathalyzers used to convict thousands of Florida motorists for DUI violations. [30:59.800 --> 31:04.400] Recently, reporters discovered that the devices were improperly calibrated. [31:04.400 --> 31:08.040] State officials knew about it for two and a half years but did nothing. [31:08.040 --> 31:13.020] In fact, the head of Florida's breath testing program ordered inspectors not to document [31:13.020 --> 31:14.020] the problem. [31:14.020 --> 31:18.880] A DUI conviction can ruin somebody's life but now that the cover-up has been exposed, [31:18.880 --> 31:21.640] perhaps Florida drivers can breathe a bit easier. [31:21.640 --> 31:30.720] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.720 --> 31:36.080] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th. [31:36.080 --> 31:41.520] The government says that fire brought it down, however, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded [31:41.520 --> 31:43.120] it was a controlled demolition. [31:43.120 --> 31:47.120] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives and thousands of my fellow [31:47.120 --> 31:48.600] first responders are dying. [31:48.600 --> 31:49.920] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [31:49.920 --> 31:50.920] I'm a structural engineer. [31:50.920 --> 31:52.400] I'm a New York City correction officer. [31:52.400 --> 31:53.400] I'm an Air Force pilot. [31:53.400 --> 31:55.080] I'm a father who lost his son. [31:55.080 --> 31:57.680] We're Americans and we deserve the truth. [31:57.680 --> 32:02.280] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [32:02.280 --> 32:05.080] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law traffic seminar. [32:05.080 --> 32:08.920] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society and if we, the people, are ever going [32:08.920 --> 32:12.800] to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [32:12.800 --> 32:16.080] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act [32:16.080 --> 32:20.120] in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [32:20.120 --> 32:23.960] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve [32:23.960 --> 32:25.320] our rights through due process. [32:25.320 --> 32:29.320] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the [32:29.320 --> 32:33.080] most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process [32:33.080 --> 32:35.480] is and how to hold courts to the rule of law. [32:35.480 --> 32:39.480] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and [32:39.480 --> 32:40.800] ordering your copy today. [33:36.640 --> 33:39.880] This is Rule of Law Radio Monday night show with your host Eddie Craig. [33:39.880 --> 33:42.200] It is March 20th, 2023. [33:42.200 --> 33:45.600] We are live tonight and we have callers on the board. [33:45.600 --> 33:51.280] Call in number 512-646-1984 if you want to call and get in line and let's talk. [33:51.280 --> 33:54.200] But now we're going to wrap up with John in New York. [33:54.200 --> 33:56.000] All right, John, what else you got? [33:56.000 --> 33:58.600] Well, that's basically it. [33:58.600 --> 33:59.600] We're to blame. [33:59.600 --> 34:08.880] I'm going to include myself with that, but I do know my family is European in origin [34:08.880 --> 34:14.360] and they came, my parents came when they were very young. [34:14.360 --> 34:22.400] But when their parents were here, they were very serious about being good Americans. [34:22.400 --> 34:25.400] They went overboard to go to school. [34:25.400 --> 34:27.000] They went to night school. [34:27.000 --> 34:31.360] They wanted to learn our math, our English and our history. [34:31.360 --> 34:35.400] They were very intent and excited on being good Americans. [34:35.400 --> 34:41.680] Well, that's changed and I'm not going to say too much about it. [34:41.680 --> 34:44.480] The average and I'm going to leave you with this last thought. [34:44.480 --> 34:47.400] You know what my definition of an American is? [34:47.400 --> 34:48.400] No. [34:48.400 --> 34:57.200] And I, and myself included, that's somebody who will pay $5 to park his car on the lunch [34:57.200 --> 35:02.560] hour while he eats a $2 and 50 cent hamburger. [35:02.560 --> 35:07.800] Think about it, everybody, and let's change that. [35:07.800 --> 35:08.800] Have a good night. [35:08.800 --> 35:13.800] I want to know where you're getting your hamburgers for that price. [35:13.800 --> 35:18.360] Well, this was a few years ago. [35:18.360 --> 35:19.360] This was a few years ago. [35:19.360 --> 35:25.520] And there's another definition of an American Indian who had Indians, American Indians have [35:25.520 --> 35:27.640] a lot of wisdom. [35:27.640 --> 35:31.640] Indian build little fire and sit up close. [35:31.640 --> 35:35.240] White man build big fire and sit way back. [35:35.240 --> 35:38.000] That's also the second definition of the American. [35:38.000 --> 35:41.720] Let's change it. [35:41.720 --> 35:42.720] Thank you, America. [35:42.720 --> 35:43.720] All right. [35:43.720 --> 35:47.960] Well, thanks for calling in, John. [35:47.960 --> 35:48.960] Thank you. [35:48.960 --> 35:50.960] You have a good night. [35:50.960 --> 35:52.680] All right. [35:52.680 --> 35:55.920] Next caller up is Charles in Georgia, Charles. [35:55.920 --> 35:56.920] What can we do for you? [35:56.920 --> 35:59.920] How are you doing tonight? [35:59.920 --> 36:03.600] I'm doing all right. [36:03.600 --> 36:10.200] I wanted to piggyback off of what your earlier rant was saying. [36:10.200 --> 36:17.520] Back in 2000, back in 99 and 2000, I know we look at them in a bad light now. [36:17.520 --> 36:25.680] I don't, but the news is really out of its way to paint them in a bad light. [36:25.680 --> 36:32.760] But Alan Jones was telling us about all of these cameras and all these recording devices [36:32.760 --> 36:38.480] and all of these things that the government was trying to find in order to use against [36:38.480 --> 36:39.480] you. [36:39.480 --> 36:46.200] Are you saying about the capital rioters and we're going to hold these people in ponds, [36:46.200 --> 36:50.160] people are choosing us and things like that. [36:50.160 --> 36:51.160] Okay. [36:51.160 --> 36:55.760] Now we have this technology and the government ought not have. [36:55.760 --> 37:04.000] Carrier point blank, end of store, license plate standards, you know, and all of this [37:04.000 --> 37:05.000] stuff. [37:05.000 --> 37:10.600] Just like you said a little while ago, they're not, when was the last time they pushed for [37:10.600 --> 37:13.880] something so hard that was for your benefit? [37:13.880 --> 37:18.120] And I'll sit here and wait till eternity for somebody to answer. [37:18.120 --> 37:21.520] Well, can I interject there, Charles? [37:21.520 --> 37:23.560] Go ahead. [37:23.560 --> 37:28.720] Technically, if the laws were being applied and followed the way they're actually written, [37:28.720 --> 37:31.360] I have no problem with license plate scanners. [37:31.360 --> 37:38.360] You know why, because they only apply to commercial drivers. [37:38.360 --> 37:43.160] They're the only ones that would have to have the license plates. [37:43.160 --> 37:48.260] Nobody else's car is supposed to have them ever. [37:48.260 --> 37:54.280] I don't have a problem with tracking a driver who's using the roads as a place of business [37:54.280 --> 38:01.280] and who could wind up causing harm to others because of carelessness, equipment breakdowns [38:01.280 --> 38:06.260] and lack of maintenance and stuff like that, where the business they're engaged in presents [38:06.260 --> 38:09.960] a public safety hazard on its face. [38:09.960 --> 38:15.320] I mean, when you consider the fact that a semi traveling down the highway at 70 miles [38:15.320 --> 38:25.520] an hour is an 80,000 pound rolling missile, I don't have a problem with if everybody else [38:25.520 --> 38:30.840] didn't have that crap on their cars, which they're not supposed to in the first place, [38:30.840 --> 38:32.600] then the government couldn't track their movement. [38:32.600 --> 38:35.160] The government wouldn't know who's going where. [38:35.160 --> 38:39.320] The government wouldn't know where we all live and be able to look it up at the drop [38:39.320 --> 38:45.240] of a hat because we wouldn't have licenses that we had to update every time we moved. [38:45.240 --> 38:53.160] So that our new location is always in some current government database. [38:53.160 --> 38:58.960] So those are the things that they've implemented over time that were, they claim were to benefit [38:58.960 --> 39:08.860] society when in fact it's exactly the opposite. [39:08.860 --> 39:17.200] And so given that, this is where we find ourselves. [39:17.200 --> 39:26.920] And you know, when Alex Jones and you all got on the radio with logos and everything [39:26.920 --> 39:33.800] else, you guys were preaching this stuff 10, 15, 20, 25 years ago. [39:33.800 --> 39:40.120] You know, you had all of you guys have, and you still have a problem. [39:40.120 --> 39:46.880] My question is, you know, it's hard to do anything about this. [39:46.880 --> 39:51.840] Is there a way that we can push some of you guys to run for Congress? [39:51.840 --> 39:59.960] Well, running for Congress is all well and good, but it's like every other broken system. [39:59.960 --> 40:03.360] A broken engine cannot repair itself, can it? [40:03.360 --> 40:05.040] Nope. [40:05.040 --> 40:14.080] And putting one new piston in a bad set of eight or 12 or six won't fix the other ones, [40:14.080 --> 40:15.080] will it? [40:15.080 --> 40:16.080] Nope. [40:16.080 --> 40:17.080] Nope. [40:17.080 --> 40:18.080] Nope. [40:18.080 --> 40:20.760] We already had Ron Paul and it didn't, it didn't fan out too well, but we need more [40:20.760 --> 40:21.760] Ron Paul. [40:21.760 --> 40:24.160] So you've got a choice. [40:24.160 --> 40:32.120] You can either put an entire brand new engine in an old car or you have to rebuild the entire [40:32.120 --> 40:37.920] car or get an entirely new car. [40:37.920 --> 40:42.760] If you want to make sure everything works right, those are your only real options. [40:42.760 --> 40:52.400] You don't stick good parts in bad devices and expect things to function normally forever. [40:52.400 --> 40:53.960] And therein lies the rub. [40:53.960 --> 41:02.880] You've got one person elected to public office who has to stand against 534 other ones that [41:02.880 --> 41:03.880] aren't. [41:03.880 --> 41:09.760] So in order for any plan like that to succeed, the people that you're wanting to elect, the [41:09.760 --> 41:17.080] kind of people you're wanting to elect would have to be in a super majority to stand any [41:17.080 --> 41:24.400] chance of making real fundamental change to how things operate. [41:24.400 --> 41:30.680] They would have to be in one shot, a super majority. [41:30.680 --> 41:37.080] This goes to what I've said before about you cannot fix a broken system from the inside. [41:37.080 --> 41:46.520] So instead of running people for Congress, run people for your local government first [41:46.520 --> 41:47.520] and foremost. [41:47.520 --> 41:53.720] Get good people in at the local level who refuse to allow the higher levels of government [41:53.720 --> 42:00.280] to reign on the people of that community in a way that is detrimental to them. [42:00.280 --> 42:05.040] When those people prove their mettle, move them up the chain into state government or [42:05.040 --> 42:10.320] district government or regional government, whatever they can fit into. [42:10.320 --> 42:22.000] State is run by people who will tell the federal government, no, we don't need control of the [42:22.000 --> 42:23.360] federal government. [42:23.360 --> 42:40.800] We need control of the state government because without the states, the fed has no teeth. [42:40.800 --> 42:45.760] If the states are not willing to cooperate and implement what the federal government [42:45.760 --> 42:50.120] wants, the federal government's plans are dead in the water. [42:50.120 --> 42:59.080] Doesn't matter what moron is running things at the federal level. [42:59.080 --> 43:00.080] I get it. [43:00.080 --> 43:01.080] I get it. [43:01.080 --> 43:09.520] And another one of our problems is this income tax allows the federal government to be so [43:09.520 --> 43:12.760] much bigger than the state that it stinks. [43:12.760 --> 43:16.040] Well, that's actually a misnomer. [43:16.040 --> 43:18.680] The income tax does not fund the government. [43:18.680 --> 43:21.800] It has never funded the government. [43:21.800 --> 43:30.640] The income tax does not even make enough to pay the interest on the debt they've accumulated. [43:30.640 --> 43:36.000] They run the government off of fiat money printed at a higher rate, causing the inflation [43:36.000 --> 43:43.040] and stealing everybody's livelihood out from under them by stealth. [43:43.040 --> 43:47.560] You remember when Reagan had that commission done that did the financial analysis and what [43:47.560 --> 43:53.920] they told Reagan was not one dime of federal income tax is spent on the services the federal [43:53.920 --> 44:00.840] government says is providing to Americans, it is spent to pay the interest on the debt. [44:00.840 --> 44:04.040] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit? [45:02.320 --> 45:05.600] Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. [45:05.600 --> 45:08.480] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. [45:08.480 --> 45:09.480] I need my truth fixed. [45:09.480 --> 45:14.400] I'd be lost without logos and I really want to help keep this network on the air. [45:14.400 --> 45:18.160] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite and I really don't [45:18.160 --> 45:21.520] have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements. [45:21.520 --> 45:23.000] How can I help logos? [45:23.000 --> 45:25.080] Well, I'm glad you asked. [45:25.080 --> 45:27.880] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help logos. [45:27.880 --> 45:30.440] You can order them your supplies or holiday gifts. [45:30.440 --> 45:32.560] First thing you do is clear your cookies. [45:32.560 --> 45:38.920] Now go to logosradio.network.com, click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. [45:38.920 --> 45:44.600] Now when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link and logos gets a few pesos. [45:44.600 --> 45:45.600] Do I pay extra? [45:45.600 --> 45:46.600] No. [45:46.600 --> 45:48.280] Do you have to do anything different when I order? [45:48.280 --> 45:49.280] No. [45:49.280 --> 45:50.280] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [45:50.280 --> 45:51.280] No. [45:51.280 --> 45:52.280] I mean, yes. [45:52.280 --> 45:53.280] Wow. [45:53.280 --> 45:55.480] Giving without doing anything or spending any money. [45:55.480 --> 45:56.480] This is perfect. [45:56.480 --> 45:57.480] Thank you so much. [45:57.480 --> 45:58.480] You're welcome. [45:58.480 --> 45:59.480] Happy holidays, logos. [45:59.480 --> 46:28.720] All right, folks, we are back, this is Rule of Law Radio, the call at number 512-646-1984. [46:28.720 --> 46:31.280] It is March 20th, 2023. [46:31.280 --> 46:35.120] We are live tonight and I am talking to Charles in Georgia. [46:35.120 --> 46:40.160] Yeah, Charles in, let's see, what was the exact date here? [46:40.160 --> 46:50.120] In June 30th of 1982, Ronald Reagan through executive order 12369 formed the grace commission [46:50.120 --> 46:58.640] to do a report on the monies collected or wasted from the federal income tax. [46:58.640 --> 47:07.160] And one of the lines in, in that commission report specifically read thus, 100% of what [47:07.160 --> 47:18.960] is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the federal debt and by the federal government. [47:18.960 --> 47:24.320] Not one penny of it was ever used to pay for services to the American people, but the thing [47:24.320 --> 47:29.120] to think about it is nowhere in the federal constitution is there a clause for giving [47:29.120 --> 47:34.000] services to the American people granted to the federal government. [47:34.000 --> 47:46.880] Well, see, this is the story I, I was taught when I lined up in fourth grade and they told [47:46.880 --> 47:54.160] me you have to pay your taxes, the problem is in doing so, now I have to give out my [47:54.160 --> 47:59.720] location, my social security number, and I have to give out my address and all this kind [47:59.720 --> 48:00.720] of stuff. [48:00.720 --> 48:07.600] And in turn, to get a, maybe get a refund or maybe not get a refund or just stay out [48:07.600 --> 48:13.280] of jail or from having all my stuff taken by these people, that's a problem. [48:13.280 --> 48:14.280] Yeah. [48:14.280 --> 48:18.280] Well, do you know who Dave champion is? [48:18.280 --> 48:33.520] No, Dave champion is a friend of mine. [48:33.520 --> 48:35.240] He lives in Perot, Nevada. [48:35.240 --> 48:40.500] He's an ex army ranger, special forces ranger. [48:40.500 --> 48:50.200] He is an extremely intelligent guy and he spent 17 years digging out all of the factual [48:50.200 --> 48:53.240] information related to the federal income tax. [48:53.240 --> 49:01.800] And he wrote it into a book called income tax shattering the myths. [49:01.800 --> 49:07.800] If you get that book and you read it cover to cover, you will understand that what you [49:07.800 --> 49:13.960] were taught about the income tax and to whom it actually applies is not what the law itself [49:13.960 --> 49:15.240] actually said. [49:15.240 --> 49:19.440] It's exactly the same way of what I'm trying to teach people about the transportation laws [49:19.440 --> 49:26.200] and the sales tax laws and the property tax laws and so many of this other crap that yeah, [49:26.200 --> 49:33.080] we're taught we have to pay this stuff and the reality is that's one big lie to extort [49:33.080 --> 49:42.080] money from us under the presumption that we owe it. [49:42.080 --> 49:52.680] And our neighbor will, they will shame you and they will fight you to the death and thinking [49:52.680 --> 49:59.280] that you're this bad person if you think otherwise, that you think that you're not to file this [49:59.280 --> 50:07.440] paper and tell them, well, this goes back to what I was telling John a little bit ago. [50:07.440 --> 50:10.080] A person is intelligent. [50:10.080 --> 50:18.460] People are stupid and here that's especially true when the leader of the group is the stupid [50:18.460 --> 50:21.640] one and that would be the neighbor you're referring to. [50:21.640 --> 50:25.560] They think they know what they're talking about when in fact they have no clue and what's [50:25.560 --> 50:30.600] even worse, they don't actually care that they're wrong. [50:30.600 --> 50:35.200] They're such a good little order followers, such a good little boot kisser. [50:35.200 --> 50:41.680] They don't even understand the definition of liberty and freedom, much less what it [50:41.680 --> 50:47.560] means to lose it because they in their mind, they never had it. [50:47.560 --> 50:49.600] They think what they have is freedom. [50:49.600 --> 50:54.080] They think what they have is liberty when it's exactly the opposite, but you can never [50:54.080 --> 50:59.200] explain that to them and get them to see it. [50:59.200 --> 51:01.800] I'm going to let you go and let you get to some more callers. [51:01.800 --> 51:05.760] I just want to do a chime in on your rant and- [51:05.760 --> 51:10.040] Well, I appreciate that and hopefully, yeah, look up Dave Champion. [51:10.040 --> 51:17.800] Go to the website, DrReality.net, I think is what it is, or just do a search for DrReality [51:17.800 --> 51:20.200] and you will find his website. [51:20.200 --> 51:24.640] But if you get that book, I promise you it's going to open your eyes in ways you never [51:24.640 --> 51:32.800] thought possible and everything in it is verifiably true because he tells you exactly what legal [51:32.800 --> 51:40.200] opinions, what court cases, what AG opinions, what treasury opinions and rulings and orders [51:40.200 --> 51:43.880] and everything else makes the law what it is. [51:43.880 --> 51:50.560] He goes through and tells and shows every one of them to you as you go through the book. [51:50.560 --> 51:51.560] Okay. [51:51.560 --> 51:52.560] Okay. [51:52.560 --> 51:53.560] Yeah. [51:53.560 --> 51:54.560] Never heard of Dave Champion. [51:54.560 --> 51:58.320] Does he also talk about the land patent by chance or no? [51:58.320 --> 52:00.120] Say that again about the land patent. [52:00.120 --> 52:03.520] Does he talk about property tax? [52:03.520 --> 52:06.160] Does he also talk about that? [52:06.160 --> 52:07.160] No. [52:07.160 --> 52:11.960] This book, the book he's got is dedicated solely to income tax, federal income tax. [52:11.960 --> 52:12.960] No problem. [52:12.960 --> 52:17.720] I'm going to be checking it out and I'll probably give you a call back next summer to let you [52:17.720 --> 52:18.720] know how it works. [52:18.720 --> 52:20.720] I'm glad you dropped that little bit of knowledge on it. [52:20.720 --> 52:21.720] All right, sir. [52:21.720 --> 52:25.040] Well, good luck and I hope you get a hold of it and get to read it. [52:25.040 --> 52:26.040] Thanks, buddy. [52:26.040 --> 52:27.040] Yes, sir. [52:27.040 --> 52:28.040] Take care. [52:28.040 --> 52:29.040] All right. [52:29.040 --> 52:32.280] Next up, I got a wireless caller here. [52:32.280 --> 52:37.720] It looks like from California, but I cannot tell for sure area code 775. [52:37.720 --> 52:42.320] Are you there? [52:42.320 --> 52:43.320] That would be you. [52:43.320 --> 52:46.320] Who said, huh? [52:46.320 --> 52:54.000] Hello, can you hear me? [52:54.000 --> 52:57.000] California 775. [52:57.000 --> 53:01.320] Hello, can you hear me? [53:01.320 --> 53:02.320] Yes. [53:02.320 --> 53:03.320] I can hear you. [53:03.320 --> 53:04.320] Awesome. [53:04.320 --> 53:07.880] You know, this is a Nevada area code, but I live in Arizona. [53:07.880 --> 53:09.360] Thanks for having this show. [53:09.360 --> 53:10.360] It's awesome. [53:10.360 --> 53:11.360] Oh, yes, ma'am. [53:11.360 --> 53:13.600] Nevada area code living in Arizona. [53:13.600 --> 53:14.600] Okay. [53:14.600 --> 53:15.600] Well, then it's a cell phone. [53:15.600 --> 53:16.600] Yeah, right. [53:16.600 --> 53:17.600] Okay. [53:17.600 --> 53:18.600] Well, sorry. [53:18.600 --> 53:23.640] It came up just wireless CA and on here, all I can guess is that's it's either wireless [53:23.640 --> 53:25.480] caller or wireless California. [53:25.480 --> 53:26.480] I don't know. [53:26.480 --> 53:29.480] Oh, probably wireless caller. [53:29.480 --> 53:30.480] Probably. [53:30.480 --> 53:31.480] Okay. [53:31.480 --> 53:32.960] What's your name, please? [53:32.960 --> 53:34.040] My name is Laura. [53:34.040 --> 53:35.040] And who am I speaking to? [53:35.040 --> 53:36.640] Is this Randy Kelton? [53:36.640 --> 53:39.320] No, Randy is on Thursdays and Fridays. [53:39.320 --> 53:40.320] This is Eddie. [53:40.320 --> 53:43.400] This is the one that does the show on Mondays, Eddie Craig. [53:43.400 --> 53:46.080] I can't keep up with all of you guys. [53:46.080 --> 53:47.160] All of us guys. [53:47.160 --> 53:52.240] There's only three of us for, if you count Deborah, who doesn't really get on the show [53:52.240 --> 53:57.920] much anymore, but there's me, there's Randy, there's Brett, and there's Deborah. [53:57.920 --> 54:00.400] As far as the rule of law shows go. [54:00.400 --> 54:01.400] Okay. [54:01.400 --> 54:02.400] Got it. [54:02.400 --> 54:03.400] Thank you. [54:03.400 --> 54:04.400] Thank you so much for doing this. [54:04.400 --> 54:10.720] We're so much listening to like the old recordings and stuff. [54:10.720 --> 54:13.840] Yeah, I'm really, I'm grateful for you guys. [54:13.840 --> 54:17.280] So what can we do for you? [54:17.280 --> 54:26.960] Well, so I'm taking this, the jurisdictionary course and kind of having a hard time retaining [54:26.960 --> 54:27.960] everything. [54:27.960 --> 54:36.760] And I have four kids, ages six through 13, and I'm always cooking and cleaning and homeschooling. [54:36.760 --> 54:40.960] So I try to like study, you know, when I can. [54:40.960 --> 54:41.960] Okay. [54:41.960 --> 54:48.640] Long story short, so I've been a nurse for 17 years, but I stopped working at the beginning [54:48.640 --> 54:55.600] of the pandemic because I saw like ridiculous stuff coming down the pipe. [54:55.600 --> 54:57.520] And I just thought, I'm not dealing with this. [54:57.520 --> 54:58.520] I'm not. [54:58.520 --> 54:59.520] I don't want blood on my hands. [54:59.520 --> 55:02.360] I know I could save people's lives, but they're going to stop me from doing it. [55:02.360 --> 55:03.360] So forget it. [55:03.360 --> 55:04.360] Okay. [55:04.360 --> 55:09.480] So I stepped out of the sick care profession, right? [55:09.480 --> 55:17.520] And I guess God had different plans for me because my daughter, who has epilepsy, had [55:17.520 --> 55:21.360] a grand mal seizure, fell and broke her jaw. [55:21.360 --> 55:29.180] And so we had a lot of like follow-up appointments to go to, along with like neurology appointments [55:29.180 --> 55:30.180] and such. [55:30.180 --> 55:34.520] And I would skip as many appointments as I could because I knew how to take care of her [55:34.520 --> 55:36.200] and I knew what to do. [55:36.200 --> 55:39.120] But there were certain things that I had to go to. [55:39.120 --> 55:43.000] And it's a stupid mask lawsuit. [55:43.000 --> 55:50.960] I've been storing in my mind this mask lawsuit, okay, I don't know if it's going to be [55:50.960 --> 55:53.840] a civil case. [55:53.840 --> 55:55.440] The way I look at it is- [55:55.440 --> 55:56.440] Wait a minute. [55:56.440 --> 55:57.440] Slow down. [55:57.440 --> 56:02.600] A mask lawsuit, you're suing somebody about a mask or they're suing somebody else about [56:02.600 --> 56:03.760] a mask or what? [56:03.760 --> 56:11.920] I'm planning on suing the stupid, useful idiots and corrupt, crazy retards for, oh [56:11.920 --> 56:19.560] my goodness, they're so dumb, okay, at Sonora Quest Laboratory for refusing to do a blood [56:19.560 --> 56:27.000] draw on my daughter because we would not wear a face diaper. [56:27.000 --> 56:36.400] So from a healthcare standpoint, the way I see it is patient abuse, patient neglect, [56:36.400 --> 56:43.320] coercion, acting as, you know, prescribing a medical device without a license. [56:43.320 --> 56:51.040] But at the same time, I'm thinking, okay, Sonora Quest, well, I know who the CEO is. [56:51.040 --> 56:55.160] Well, I'm not really sure you can look at a mask as a medical device considering it [56:55.160 --> 57:01.000] administers nothing and it does in relation to a virus, absolutely nothing. [57:01.000 --> 57:02.000] True. [57:02.000 --> 57:09.400] Yeah, well, I can leave that out if they're not going to, you know, look at it that way. [57:09.400 --> 57:17.160] Well, I mean, you can simply argue that without any scientific basis, they denied healthcare [57:17.160 --> 57:25.080] services to a patient or a potential patient because they would not wear a mask that served [57:25.080 --> 57:28.400] absolutely no useful purpose. [57:28.400 --> 57:38.880] Yeah, see, that's, that is where I'm stuck and now I don't have a pen is trying to find [57:38.880 --> 57:39.880] it. [57:39.880 --> 57:42.520] Well, don't worry, you can go back and download the archive and listen to it and write it [57:42.520 --> 57:43.520] down then. [57:43.520 --> 57:44.520] Okay, good. [57:44.520 --> 57:45.520] Thank you. [57:45.520 --> 57:46.520] Good idea. [57:46.520 --> 57:55.040] So yeah, I knew from the beginning it had no scientific basis. [57:55.040 --> 58:01.040] There is not one single test in existence, any valid test and study that's been done [58:01.040 --> 58:06.440] that says a mask prevents the spread of a virus, none. [58:06.440 --> 58:08.360] Yes, that's true. [58:08.360 --> 58:11.280] You are correct about that. [58:11.280 --> 58:13.280] Well, thank you. [58:13.280 --> 58:15.360] It sounds like you have to go to a commercial. [58:15.360 --> 58:18.880] I have to go to a break, but if you'll hang on, we'll continue the conversation on the [58:18.880 --> 58:19.880] other side. [58:19.880 --> 58:20.880] All right. [58:20.880 --> 58:21.880] Thank you. [58:21.880 --> 58:28.120] All right, folks, call in number 512-646-1984, give us a call, get in line. [58:28.120 --> 58:32.240] She is my last caller and I'm going to need somebody else to talk to, so give me a call [58:32.240 --> 58:33.240] and let's chat. [58:33.240 --> 58:50.280] So hang on, we'll be right back after this break. [58:50.280 --> 58:55.720] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated [58:55.720 --> 58:58.520] because they struggle to understand it. [58:58.520 --> 59:03.920] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise [59:03.920 --> 59:07.160] the profound meaning of the scripture. [59:07.160 --> 59:08.920] Enter the recovery version. [59:08.920 --> 59:14.840] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more [59:14.840 --> 59:18.600] than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:18.600 --> 59:23.560] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance [59:23.560 --> 59:28.280] into the riches of the word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [59:28.280 --> 59:33.400] Logos for America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking. [01:00:00.920 --> 01:00:04.560] The Bill of Rights contains the first 10 amendments of our Constitution. [01:00:04.560 --> 01:00:08.040] They guarantee the specific freedoms Americans should know and protect. [01:00:08.040 --> 01:00:09.520] Our liberty depends on it. [01:00:09.520 --> 01:00:13.400] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with an unforgettable way to remember [01:00:13.400 --> 01:00:16.540] one of your constitutional rights. [01:00:16.540 --> 01:00:18.120] Privacy is under attack. [01:00:18.120 --> 01:00:21.720] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:00:21.720 --> 01:00:26.520] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:00:26.520 --> 01:00:31.640] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [01:00:31.640 --> 01:00:34.280] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:00:34.280 --> 01:00:38.560] This public service announcement is brought to you by startpage.com, the private search [01:00:38.560 --> 01:00:42.080] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:00:42.080 --> 01:00:45.680] Start over with StartPage. [01:00:45.680 --> 01:00:50.040] When I think of the Second Amendment, I visualize myself wrapping my two arms around the Bill [01:00:50.040 --> 01:00:52.100] of Rights in a big old bear hug. [01:00:52.100 --> 01:00:56.600] It's how I remember that the Second Amendment guarantees us the right to bear arms, arms [01:00:56.600 --> 01:01:00.440] that embrace our freedoms and won't let anyone take them away without a fight. [01:01:00.440 --> 01:01:01.440] Get it? [01:01:01.440 --> 01:01:03.760] Two arms, bear hug, bear arms? [01:01:03.760 --> 01:01:07.360] The late Senator Hubert Humphrey captured the spirit of the Second Amendment so well [01:01:07.360 --> 01:01:08.360] when he said, [01:01:08.360 --> 01:01:13.520] "...the right of the citizens to bear arms is just one guarantee against arbitrary government, [01:01:13.520 --> 01:01:18.600] and more safeguard against the tyranny which now appears remote in America, but which historically [01:01:18.600 --> 01:01:20.360] has proved to always be possible." [01:01:20.360 --> 01:01:22.240] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:01:22.240 --> 01:01:33.480] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:01:33.480 --> 01:01:37.720] You may think our brains deteriorate with age, but new research shows that as brains [01:01:37.720 --> 01:01:40.200] get older, they actually work more efficiently. [01:01:40.200 --> 01:01:45.640] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with new research on how aging makes the mind sharper [01:01:45.640 --> 01:01:47.400] after this. [01:01:47.400 --> 01:01:49.120] Privacy is under attack. [01:01:49.120 --> 01:01:52.720] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:01:52.720 --> 01:01:57.720] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:01:57.720 --> 01:01:59.240] So protect your rights. [01:01:59.240 --> 01:02:03.000] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:02:03.000 --> 01:02:04.000] Privacy. [01:02:04.000 --> 01:02:05.500] It's worth hanging on to. [01:02:05.500 --> 01:02:11.080] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, [01:02:11.080 --> 01:02:12.840] Yahoo, and Bing. [01:02:12.840 --> 01:02:16.480] Start over with StartPage. [01:02:16.480 --> 01:02:20.980] It's a widely held notion that the older people get, the more doddering they become. [01:02:20.980 --> 01:02:26.720] But new research shows that even as our brains age, they can actually become more efficient. [01:02:26.720 --> 01:02:33.660] Scientists ask two groups of volunteers, one age 18 to 35 and the other 55 to 75, to associate [01:02:33.660 --> 01:02:35.920] different words with given topics. [01:02:35.920 --> 01:02:38.600] At one point, they told everyone they'd made a mistake. [01:02:38.600 --> 01:02:42.560] When that happened, the younger group's brains lit up and lost focus. [01:02:42.560 --> 01:02:47.040] But the older group's brains didn't even flinch, and they stayed focused on solving [01:02:47.040 --> 01:02:48.360] the next task. [01:02:48.360 --> 01:02:49.360] The moral? [01:02:49.360 --> 01:02:51.160] There's something to be said for experience. [01:02:51.160 --> 01:03:18.680] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:03:21.160 --> 01:03:45.080] All right, folks. [01:03:45.080 --> 01:03:46.080] We are back. [01:03:46.080 --> 01:03:51.360] This is Rule of Law Radio, The Call of Number 512-646-1984. [01:03:51.360 --> 01:03:56.520] All right, we are still talking to our lady friend in Arizona. [01:03:56.520 --> 01:03:58.320] All right, please continue. [01:03:58.320 --> 01:04:04.560] Okay, so funny they don't play that song on the radio anymore, not surprised. [01:04:04.560 --> 01:04:05.560] Yeah. [01:04:05.560 --> 01:04:10.720] They don't play a lot of songs on the radio anymore that were inspiring freedom, liberty [01:04:10.720 --> 01:04:12.800] and the love of life. [01:04:12.800 --> 01:04:13.800] I know, right? [01:04:13.800 --> 01:04:16.520] That must be the FCC, huh? [01:04:16.520 --> 01:04:24.280] Well, I can't say who it is for sure, but considering the thing they call music nowadays [01:04:24.280 --> 01:04:28.120] versus those days, doesn't surprise me much. [01:04:28.120 --> 01:04:29.120] I know, right? [01:04:29.120 --> 01:04:30.120] Yeah. [01:04:30.120 --> 01:04:31.120] That song brings back memories. [01:04:31.120 --> 01:04:33.840] My mom used to listen to that all the time. [01:04:33.840 --> 01:04:34.840] Okay. [01:04:34.840 --> 01:04:39.800] Well, so I guess I'm just a little bit overwhelmed to be honest. [01:04:39.800 --> 01:04:45.320] I was like, okay, what court would I take this to, a federal court? [01:04:45.320 --> 01:04:46.320] Or do I start- [01:04:46.320 --> 01:04:48.420] Well, where is the company? [01:04:48.420 --> 01:04:52.000] Are you trying to sue a local entity where you are? [01:04:52.000 --> 01:04:53.000] Yes. [01:04:53.000 --> 01:04:54.000] Okay. [01:04:54.000 --> 01:05:00.480] Were they using a federal mandate as the basis of what they were doing, or were they using [01:05:00.480 --> 01:05:03.080] a local policy? [01:05:03.080 --> 01:05:06.600] I'm guessing, okay, I don't know. [01:05:06.600 --> 01:05:07.600] Well, that's the thing. [01:05:07.600 --> 01:05:08.600] You can't guess. [01:05:08.600 --> 01:05:11.960] You got to know because it affects jurisdiction and venue. [01:05:11.960 --> 01:05:13.440] Oh, smart. [01:05:13.440 --> 01:05:19.480] Okay, so I need to know if it was a federal, say that again. [01:05:19.480 --> 01:05:24.920] Was it a federal mandate they were attempting to use as the basis for the demand, or was [01:05:24.920 --> 01:05:31.480] it a local corporate policy, or was it a corporate policy corporate wide? [01:05:31.480 --> 01:05:34.440] If it's corporate wide, then it's federal court. [01:05:34.440 --> 01:05:37.020] If it's local only, it's state court. [01:05:37.020 --> 01:05:42.360] If it's a federal mandate, it's federal court. [01:05:42.360 --> 01:05:43.640] I don't know. [01:05:43.640 --> 01:05:48.120] I know this place takes Medicare and Medicaid. [01:05:48.120 --> 01:05:50.720] How it was going to get paid for is not the issue. [01:05:50.720 --> 01:05:58.280] The issue itself was the denial of service due to a requirement that met no medical purpose. [01:05:58.280 --> 01:06:09.960] So if a hospital or clinic or doctor's office or whatever takes Medicare or Medicaid dollars, [01:06:09.960 --> 01:06:11.800] I am pretty sure- [01:06:11.800 --> 01:06:15.600] That doesn't mean that your action is automatically federal. [01:06:15.600 --> 01:06:16.600] Okay. [01:06:16.600 --> 01:06:18.400] Yeah, that makes sense. [01:06:18.400 --> 01:06:19.400] You know what? [01:06:19.400 --> 01:06:20.400] Because there are- [01:06:20.400 --> 01:06:24.640] You would have to find out that the reason that the action you're taking occurred was [01:06:24.640 --> 01:06:31.320] based upon something the federal government mandated, or that it was mandated by a corporation [01:06:31.320 --> 01:06:39.600] that is located in more than one state, and their headquarters is not in the state that [01:06:39.600 --> 01:06:47.280] was attempting to make you comply with the mandate that it had as a corporate policy. [01:06:47.280 --> 01:06:48.280] See if they're- [01:06:48.280 --> 01:06:52.560] Let's say, for instance, they're headquartered in Delaware, and you're in Arizona at one [01:06:52.560 --> 01:06:57.760] of their branches, then it would still be federal because of diversity of jurisdiction. [01:06:57.760 --> 01:07:02.440] You've got the corporate HQ, you're suing for the mandate located in Delaware through [01:07:02.440 --> 01:07:07.360] the local entity located in Arizona, hence federal court. [01:07:07.360 --> 01:07:17.920] Okay, so what would I call corporate, Sonora Quest corporate, and ask, was this a federal- [01:07:17.920 --> 01:07:23.400] I would simply just file a pre-trial litigation motion for discovery and find out. [01:07:23.400 --> 01:07:28.520] I mean, you can call and try to ask, where did the mass mandate come from, and see if [01:07:28.520 --> 01:07:33.360] they answer it, but whether or not they'll answer it truthfully or in writing so you [01:07:33.360 --> 01:07:36.880] could use it in court, that's who knows. [01:07:36.880 --> 01:07:40.860] But see, here's the thing, calling them will not get it done. [01:07:40.860 --> 01:07:44.900] This has to be something you can prove up in a court of law. [01:07:44.900 --> 01:07:50.620] So the best way to do that is submit a request in writing wanting to know where the policy [01:07:50.620 --> 01:07:56.240] for the mask originated, and who approved the denial of medical service to patients [01:07:56.240 --> 01:07:58.640] if they didn't comply. [01:07:58.640 --> 01:08:01.560] You get that in writing, and then you'll know something. [01:08:01.560 --> 01:08:04.640] That's a good place to start. [01:08:04.640 --> 01:08:06.520] Okay, that helps a lot. [01:08:06.520 --> 01:08:10.440] That gives me a little list of what I need to do. [01:08:10.440 --> 01:08:14.800] Okay, well, thank you. [01:08:14.800 --> 01:08:19.520] Yes ma'am. [01:08:19.520 --> 01:08:27.400] Have you heard of any of these other stupid mask cases where people are winning or losing [01:08:27.400 --> 01:08:28.400] or either- [01:08:28.400 --> 01:08:33.320] I can't say for sure whether or not that's occurred because I don't know of anybody that's [01:08:33.320 --> 01:08:39.400] personally filed one or that has personally contacted me with documentation relative to [01:08:39.400 --> 01:08:40.400] one. [01:08:40.400 --> 01:08:43.520] So I don't really have an answer I can give you that I would know to be true or false. [01:08:43.520 --> 01:08:52.720] Okay, well, this gives me another starting point, so I really appreciate it. [01:08:52.720 --> 01:08:53.720] I can- [01:08:53.720 --> 01:08:54.720] Yes ma'am. [01:08:54.720 --> 01:08:59.200] I've been like, it's with what I know from what I've studied and learned throughout school [01:08:59.200 --> 01:09:04.280] and all the different nursing jobs I've had with what I know, like this could go all the [01:09:04.280 --> 01:09:09.880] way to the Supreme Court where like viruses have never been isolated. [01:09:09.880 --> 01:09:13.640] They're actually tiny parasites created in labs. [01:09:13.640 --> 01:09:18.600] Like I could go forever with this, but you know, I have to- [01:09:18.600 --> 01:09:23.400] Well, none of that is something that you're going to bring up in your lawsuit. [01:09:23.400 --> 01:09:28.160] All you're going to bring up is the fact that there is no scientific and medical basis for [01:09:28.160 --> 01:09:34.600] denying service to your daughter based upon a mask requirement that did absolutely nothing [01:09:34.600 --> 01:09:37.040] to stop the spread of a virus. [01:09:37.040 --> 01:09:42.800] I would focus on those as my points and I would stick to those and those alone. [01:09:42.800 --> 01:09:47.560] You go too wide, you risk getting it dumped on you and you don't want that. [01:09:47.560 --> 01:09:48.560] Okay. [01:09:48.560 --> 01:09:56.320] Would I add on there things like patient neglect, patient abuse- [01:09:56.320 --> 01:10:02.440] You can put on whatever would constitute a valid cause of action in a federal court if [01:10:02.440 --> 01:10:05.280] it turns out to go to federal court. [01:10:05.280 --> 01:10:06.280] Okay. [01:10:06.280 --> 01:10:12.280] But you've got to find out what causes of actions you have on a medical issue basis [01:10:12.280 --> 01:10:17.640] to know what you can sue for and what you're not going to have any chance of winning. [01:10:17.640 --> 01:10:22.440] I just purchased that O'Connor's cause of action. [01:10:22.440 --> 01:10:25.760] You're not O'Connor's for which state? [01:10:25.760 --> 01:10:29.000] I got the one for Texas because that's all I had. [01:10:29.000 --> 01:10:33.280] And that's not going to hold any water in Arizona. [01:10:33.280 --> 01:10:35.640] I thought it might help give me some ideas. [01:10:35.640 --> 01:10:40.320] It will give you an idea of what to say and how to say it, but the case law it's going [01:10:40.320 --> 01:10:45.680] to reference is going to be Texas or at least the majority of it will be and that won't [01:10:45.680 --> 01:10:46.680] help you. [01:10:46.680 --> 01:10:50.320] Is there a book like that for Arizona? [01:10:50.320 --> 01:10:51.640] I have no idea. [01:10:51.640 --> 01:10:55.600] I haven't lived in Arizona since I was an itty bitty kid. [01:10:55.600 --> 01:10:56.600] Okay. [01:10:56.600 --> 01:11:05.280] So a cause of action, would patient abuse or patient neglect be a cause of action? [01:11:05.280 --> 01:11:07.380] Again, I do not know. [01:11:07.380 --> 01:11:11.480] You would have to look up what constitutes medical causes of action at the federal and [01:11:11.480 --> 01:11:14.280] state levels where you are. [01:11:14.280 --> 01:11:16.080] What constitutes medical? [01:11:16.080 --> 01:11:18.080] Okay, got it. [01:11:18.080 --> 01:11:19.680] All right. [01:11:19.680 --> 01:11:20.680] Well good. [01:11:20.680 --> 01:11:23.680] I have more homework to do. [01:11:23.680 --> 01:11:24.680] Don't we all? [01:11:24.680 --> 01:11:25.680] Okay. [01:11:25.680 --> 01:11:26.680] Yes. [01:11:26.680 --> 01:11:27.680] Let's make this happen. [01:11:27.680 --> 01:11:28.680] Oh my goodness. [01:11:28.680 --> 01:11:29.680] I'm so tired of this. [01:11:29.680 --> 01:11:32.120] I can't even stand it. [01:11:32.120 --> 01:11:33.120] I agree. [01:11:33.120 --> 01:11:34.120] Yeah. [01:11:34.120 --> 01:11:36.080] So thank you for everything that you're doing. [01:11:36.080 --> 01:11:39.600] Hey, are you guys on every night or just Mondays and Thursdays? [01:11:39.600 --> 01:11:44.920] I'm only on on Mondays, Randy and Brett are on Thursdays and Fridays. [01:11:44.920 --> 01:11:49.380] There are other shows that are on the network through the rest of the week, but our shows [01:11:49.380 --> 01:11:53.080] are on those three days of the week. [01:11:53.080 --> 01:11:54.080] Very good. [01:11:54.080 --> 01:11:55.080] Okay. [01:11:55.080 --> 01:11:56.080] And always at the same time. [01:11:56.080 --> 01:12:01.600] I'm on from eight to 10 on Monday, they're on from eight to 10 on Thursday and I don't [01:12:01.600 --> 01:12:07.040] know if they're still on eight to 10 or eight to midnight on Friday that used to. [01:12:07.040 --> 01:12:08.840] We used to do it eight to midnight. [01:12:08.840 --> 01:12:11.840] Oh, oh wow. [01:12:11.840 --> 01:12:14.760] I just thought of something I used to live with an attorney. [01:12:14.760 --> 01:12:21.760] She was a new attorney and like fresh out of law school and the other two of them and [01:12:21.760 --> 01:12:24.360] they really had no idea what they were doing. [01:12:24.360 --> 01:12:26.400] Like they would talk about this. [01:12:26.400 --> 01:12:31.280] And just the other day I sent something to one of them and I said, Hey, can you help [01:12:31.280 --> 01:12:33.760] me like bring justice back to this country? [01:12:33.760 --> 01:12:37.360] I need a list of all the bar members, this, that, and whatever. [01:12:37.360 --> 01:12:38.880] He totally ghosted me. [01:12:38.880 --> 01:12:40.560] He didn't even answer. [01:12:40.560 --> 01:12:42.800] And she did answer my previous question. [01:12:42.800 --> 01:12:47.480] I said, Hey, if my friend got pulled over by the police and he said she was under arrest, [01:12:47.480 --> 01:12:48.480] but let her go. [01:12:48.480 --> 01:12:53.080] If she's still under arrest until she shows up to court, my friend answered back right [01:12:53.080 --> 01:12:54.080] away. [01:12:54.080 --> 01:12:56.200] She said, no, you can't arrest one and let them go. [01:12:56.200 --> 01:13:00.600] Well, that's basic common sense, but we're not living in common sense days anymore. [01:13:00.600 --> 01:13:01.600] So I wasn't sure. [01:13:01.600 --> 01:13:06.280] Well, as far as getting a list of bar members, that's something you can look up. [01:13:06.280 --> 01:13:13.600] Every state has a bar associations search website and you can, you can download a complete [01:13:13.600 --> 01:13:17.880] list of attorneys for any given state that are registered with the bar in that state [01:13:17.880 --> 01:13:19.000] anyway. [01:13:19.000 --> 01:13:23.160] They may not actually live there, but they may be registered to practice there. [01:13:23.160 --> 01:13:24.160] Interesting. [01:13:24.160 --> 01:13:25.160] Wow. [01:13:25.160 --> 01:13:26.160] Okay. [01:13:26.160 --> 01:13:29.160] Well, thank you again. [01:13:29.160 --> 01:13:36.560] And God bless and I'll keep learning and hopefully I'll come back with some good news next time. [01:13:36.560 --> 01:13:37.560] Okay. [01:13:37.560 --> 01:13:39.560] Well, good luck and progress. [01:13:39.560 --> 01:13:40.560] All right. [01:13:40.560 --> 01:13:41.560] Thank you again. [01:13:41.560 --> 01:13:43.560] God bless you too, ma'am. [01:13:43.560 --> 01:13:44.560] Bye bye. [01:13:44.560 --> 01:13:45.560] Bye bye. [01:13:45.560 --> 01:13:46.560] All right. [01:13:46.560 --> 01:13:52.840] Next up we have Steven in Texas, Steven, what can we do for you? [01:13:52.840 --> 01:14:02.720] Number one, I'd welcome back and I just wanted to say thank you. [01:14:02.720 --> 01:14:09.400] And I know you've had your own struggle and everything going on and did just quite frankly, [01:14:09.400 --> 01:14:13.120] it helps sometimes just to listen to somebody else going through their own struggles in [01:14:13.120 --> 01:14:19.080] life and still coming back to the, still coming back in the ring to go after it and go through [01:14:19.080 --> 01:14:20.080] it. [01:14:20.080 --> 01:14:23.400] Yeah, everybody's got their trials and tribulations. [01:14:23.400 --> 01:14:24.400] That's for sure. [01:14:24.400 --> 01:14:27.400] And mine was moving. [01:14:27.400 --> 01:14:35.640] I mean, even before that, I guess I've tuned in, I think I've looked back since around [01:14:35.640 --> 01:14:40.200] 2012 or something or maybe even maybe in 2011. [01:14:40.200 --> 01:14:46.760] So I've listened to you folks through many, many different situations and you give me [01:14:46.760 --> 01:14:50.400] lots of tidbits and this, that and other to dig through your own trial. [01:14:50.400 --> 01:14:52.040] I certainly appreciate it. [01:14:52.040 --> 01:14:55.720] No, sometimes I'm glad if it's been of any help whatsoever. [01:14:55.720 --> 01:15:00.640] That's the whole reason I agreed to come on and be a cohost on this show was because I [01:15:00.640 --> 01:15:05.280] did not want to see another person go through what I went through and have nothing to fight [01:15:05.280 --> 01:15:06.280] back with. [01:15:06.280 --> 01:15:07.280] Amen. [01:15:07.280 --> 01:15:16.040] That's, that's pretty much what I figure I've been tasked with that the good Lord made me [01:15:16.040 --> 01:15:17.720] take note, stand up and take notice. [01:15:17.720 --> 01:15:24.320] I assume I was supposed to do something with it, not go back to sleep. [01:15:24.320 --> 01:15:25.320] I wish you luck with that. [01:15:25.320 --> 01:15:30.640] I got, if I didn't necessarily have anything specific, I got a hundred things in front [01:15:30.640 --> 01:15:35.480] of me and just trying to hold down the fort and hold down a job, hold down a family by [01:15:35.480 --> 01:15:36.480] the threads. [01:15:36.480 --> 01:15:42.960] And, and if you had, if you didn't have anybody else on though, I might ask a question too. [01:15:42.960 --> 01:15:47.880] But other than that, well, I got 45 minutes left and only a couple of other callers. [01:15:47.880 --> 01:15:50.520] So if you want to go for a minute or two, we can do that. [01:15:50.520 --> 01:15:51.520] What you got? [01:15:51.520 --> 01:15:52.520] All right. [01:15:52.520 --> 01:15:53.520] Nope. [01:15:53.520 --> 01:15:54.520] No problem. [01:15:54.520 --> 01:15:59.960] I was just at, uh, you know, that's, that's how I got going to take, take the new ones. [01:15:59.960 --> 01:16:04.040] I got some things to, to, to formulate and such, but number one, that's for sure. [01:16:04.040 --> 01:16:06.440] You know, you certainly never voice the dark there. [01:16:06.440 --> 01:16:11.520] There's the power to M and L thing and my number one thing was just call and say, I [01:16:11.520 --> 01:16:12.520] appreciate it. [01:16:12.520 --> 01:16:13.520] Yeah. [01:16:13.520 --> 01:16:14.520] Well, I appreciate that. [01:16:14.520 --> 01:16:15.520] Steven. [01:16:15.520 --> 01:16:16.520] Thank you. [01:16:16.520 --> 01:16:17.520] Thank y'all. [01:16:17.520 --> 01:16:18.520] Good night. [01:16:18.520 --> 01:16:19.520] You too. [01:16:19.520 --> 01:16:20.520] Bye-bye. [01:16:20.520 --> 01:16:21.520] All right. [01:16:21.520 --> 01:16:24.200] I've got 37 seconds left. [01:16:24.200 --> 01:16:30.240] So I'll take my next caller after this upcoming break, uh, Jane truth Raider y'all hang on [01:16:30.240 --> 01:16:34.720] and we will get to you in that order as that's the order they came in. [01:16:34.720 --> 01:16:38.720] But folks, what I said at the beginning of this show, you didn't hear it. [01:16:38.720 --> 01:16:42.920] You need to download the archive when we're done and go back and listen to it. [01:16:42.920 --> 01:16:48.440] Because if you don't see that writing on the wall, heaven help y'all. [01:16:48.440 --> 01:16:49.440] Okay. [01:16:49.440 --> 01:16:54.440] All right, folks, this is rule of law radio, the call on number five, one, two, six, four, [01:16:54.440 --> 01:16:55.440] six, 1984. [01:16:55.440 --> 01:16:57.960] We're going to take us a quick break and then we'll be right back. [01:16:57.960 --> 01:17:01.120] So y'all hang on. [01:19:44.040 --> 01:19:50.760] If you get a call from the California while I'm on here, I emailed Adria to try to get [01:19:50.760 --> 01:19:51.760] her a call in. [01:19:51.760 --> 01:19:52.760] I don't know if she will or not. [01:19:52.760 --> 01:19:53.760] I don't know if she'll see my email. [01:19:53.760 --> 01:19:54.760] But anyway, a couple things. [01:19:54.760 --> 01:20:03.320] Well, I just want to make one comment about that, that's kind of all that. [01:20:03.320 --> 01:20:07.040] I don't think I'd vote for Trump anymore, but I think, Abby, what do you think about [01:20:07.040 --> 01:20:09.880] the Indian guy? [01:20:09.880 --> 01:20:10.880] What Indian guy? [01:20:10.880 --> 01:20:18.280] I don't know his name, but I saw they featured him on 700 Club or whatever. [01:20:18.280 --> 01:20:22.600] He's a real smart guy. [01:20:22.600 --> 01:20:25.000] I have no idea who that is. [01:20:25.000 --> 01:20:26.000] I don't know. [01:20:26.000 --> 01:20:32.520] I have to figure out what his name is, but anyway, I wouldn't be able to pronounce it. [01:20:32.520 --> 01:20:38.120] Well, I'll give you one rule of thumb I have to give you insight into people running for [01:20:38.120 --> 01:20:39.640] public office. [01:20:39.640 --> 01:20:40.680] Okay? [01:20:40.680 --> 01:20:44.360] My rule of thumb for those people is this. [01:20:44.360 --> 01:20:50.680] The last person in the world you want to give power over your life is someone who says or [01:20:50.680 --> 01:20:54.600] thinks that they can run it better than you can. [01:20:54.600 --> 01:20:55.600] Yeah. [01:20:55.600 --> 01:20:58.400] Oh no, he didn't say that. [01:20:58.400 --> 01:21:01.400] I'm saying that I think he can. [01:21:01.400 --> 01:21:05.960] No, he didn't say that. [01:21:05.960 --> 01:21:11.080] If what he's saying implies it or infers it. [01:21:11.080 --> 01:21:12.080] He's not. [01:21:12.080 --> 01:21:15.760] Just the way that he speaks, the way that he talks about things, there's nothing that [01:21:15.760 --> 01:21:18.040] he said like, no, he's going to do this. [01:21:18.040 --> 01:21:22.880] Lots of them talk about things in ways that make them sound intelligent to you dig into [01:21:22.880 --> 01:21:27.960] what they said versus what the reality is and find out that they know just enough to [01:21:27.960 --> 01:21:29.960] be dangerous. [01:21:29.960 --> 01:21:32.560] But like I said, I don't know the guy you're talking about. [01:21:32.560 --> 01:21:36.920] I don't know who it is you're talking about at all. [01:21:36.920 --> 01:21:40.480] I don't watch 700 clubs, so I couldn't tell you. [01:21:40.480 --> 01:21:48.240] But I'm just saying he's not just been there because my mom watches Fox News all the time. [01:21:48.240 --> 01:21:54.200] That's where he was, but I don't watch Fox, I don't have cable and all that stuff, but [01:21:54.200 --> 01:21:55.200] one thing- [01:21:55.200 --> 01:22:00.120] Well, it wouldn't matter if he's not, if he and his parents are not natural born citizens, [01:22:00.120 --> 01:22:02.360] he couldn't be president anyway. [01:22:02.360 --> 01:22:03.920] I think they are, so- [01:22:03.920 --> 01:22:06.840] Well, I'm just saying, you said Indian guy. [01:22:06.840 --> 01:22:09.320] I don't know if they are or if they aren't. [01:22:09.320 --> 01:22:18.720] No, they are, and so, but he's still an Indian guy, but he's born here, so, but, um, or else [01:22:18.720 --> 01:22:20.120] he couldn't run for president. [01:22:20.120 --> 01:22:21.120] I think we know that- [01:22:21.120 --> 01:22:25.160] Well, no, Obama ran for president and he even got elected. [01:22:25.160 --> 01:22:26.160] He ain't from here. [01:22:26.160 --> 01:22:29.160] Well, I thought he was from Hawaii. [01:22:29.160 --> 01:22:35.240] No, he was not from Hawaii and his doctored records didn't hold up under scrutiny, but [01:22:35.240 --> 01:22:38.440] still that's another issue long gone by now. [01:22:38.440 --> 01:22:39.440] Yeah. [01:22:39.440 --> 01:22:43.680] All right, so anyway, one thing he did say that didn't make, you know, that I always [01:22:43.680 --> 01:22:49.560] wanted to happen, but it never, I was going to go in here, um, is, um, you know, to have [01:22:49.560 --> 01:22:53.320] to enforce the term limits, you know, eight years, because all those cronies that are [01:22:53.320 --> 01:22:57.440] in still in office, they shouldn't have no business being in office at eight years, I [01:22:57.440 --> 01:22:58.440] don't care. [01:22:58.440 --> 01:22:59.440] I don't give a damn what- [01:22:59.440 --> 01:23:04.120] Well, it's eight years total for the president. [01:23:04.120 --> 01:23:07.600] There are no term limits for the rest of government offices. [01:23:07.600 --> 01:23:08.600] There should be. [01:23:08.600 --> 01:23:09.600] That's what I'm saying. [01:23:09.600 --> 01:23:12.040] Well, I'm not saying there shouldn't be. [01:23:12.040 --> 01:23:15.320] I'm just simply saying there currently isn't. [01:23:15.320 --> 01:23:16.320] I know. [01:23:16.320 --> 01:23:19.080] And they're, but they're actually should be, because we need to get rid of all those- [01:23:19.080 --> 01:23:24.400] Well, I've said my whole life, there should be no such thing as a career politician. [01:23:24.400 --> 01:23:25.400] That's right. [01:23:25.400 --> 01:23:26.400] Right. [01:23:26.400 --> 01:23:27.400] Okay. [01:23:27.400 --> 01:23:33.800] And my reason I called a couple things, um, for some reason I had this feeling, you know, [01:23:33.800 --> 01:23:38.680] this is not feeling, but I think I recall Randy saying, I want someone not to, um, whenever [01:23:38.680 --> 01:23:45.080] you're paying a mortgage that you, it's illegal for the mortgage company to put the payment [01:23:45.080 --> 01:23:50.680] that you make towards your interest before your payments, before your, and I only heard [01:23:50.680 --> 01:23:51.680] part of that. [01:23:51.680 --> 01:23:52.680] I'm like, what? [01:23:52.680 --> 01:23:53.680] I have an FHA law- [01:23:53.680 --> 01:23:54.680] I don't know. [01:23:54.680 --> 01:24:00.640] I haven't done the mortgage law study that Randy says he's done, so I can't tell you [01:24:00.640 --> 01:24:03.520] what he's talking about or why. [01:24:03.520 --> 01:24:06.200] I don't, I don't do mortgage stuff. [01:24:06.200 --> 01:24:07.200] Okay. [01:24:07.200 --> 01:24:14.360] Uh, the next thing is, um, on, uh, I saw a sign today, it says more, uh, in Irving, [01:24:14.360 --> 01:24:18.320] uh, both, uh, May 8th for, uh, Irving ISD bonds. [01:24:18.320 --> 01:24:23.360] And so I asked Google, what the hell is ISD bond in Irving? [01:24:23.360 --> 01:24:27.440] And, uh, they're going to try to go up on our taxes so they could fill this, fill that [01:24:27.440 --> 01:24:28.440] or whatever. [01:24:28.440 --> 01:24:32.560] Through that, I'm already been paying so much money, uh, well, everybody has, and it's [01:24:32.560 --> 01:24:33.560] legal. [01:24:33.560 --> 01:24:36.440] What do you think bonds are? [01:24:36.440 --> 01:24:39.480] Bonds are a tax based revenue tool. [01:24:39.480 --> 01:24:44.400] I just wanted to see what it was they were talking about doing talking about, it doesn't [01:24:44.400 --> 01:24:47.000] matter what they're talking about doing. [01:24:47.000 --> 01:24:50.120] Bonds are a tax based revenue tool. [01:24:50.120 --> 01:24:53.040] Doesn't matter what it's being used for one way or the other. [01:24:53.040 --> 01:24:57.720] You need to understand the word bond literally means more taxation. [01:24:57.720 --> 01:24:58.720] Yeah. [01:24:58.720 --> 01:24:59.720] I understand that. [01:24:59.720 --> 01:25:04.920] Well, so you're saying, uh, they're going for full or white schools or whatever. [01:25:04.920 --> 01:25:08.600] I don't have, I've never had a kid in school here. [01:25:08.600 --> 01:25:14.120] And so I anticipated all that kind of crap. [01:25:14.120 --> 01:25:16.640] Can I get out of that? [01:25:16.640 --> 01:25:17.920] I don't have a kid in school. [01:25:17.920 --> 01:25:19.720] I never had a kid in school here. [01:25:19.720 --> 01:25:23.560] Well, if you weren't paying property taxes, you wouldn't be in that either. [01:25:23.560 --> 01:25:29.680] Well, so I am saying back, but I'm just saying that I don't think, I think, I don't think [01:25:29.680 --> 01:25:36.440] I would think that would be a way to pay school tax before I pay a property tax. [01:25:36.440 --> 01:25:42.360] They're wanting the same property tax is supposed to be for funding the school system. [01:25:42.360 --> 01:25:44.160] No, there's steps. [01:25:44.160 --> 01:25:46.680] There's like two or three different taxes that I pay. [01:25:46.680 --> 01:25:52.920] If you get a breakdown of it, you can see that this is so whatever you have the primary [01:25:52.920 --> 01:25:56.620] tax of the property tax, which is goes toward the school. [01:25:56.620 --> 01:26:06.240] And then you have these bond taxes that are used to augment those fundings to the school [01:26:06.240 --> 01:26:11.040] or whatever else they actually passed them for sports stadium, whatever. [01:26:11.040 --> 01:26:12.040] Yeah. [01:26:12.040 --> 01:26:17.640] So as long as I have a mortgage, I probably not going to get out of being taxed for property [01:26:17.640 --> 01:26:18.640] or school. [01:26:18.640 --> 01:26:22.640] Well, you don't own the property as long as you have a mortgage. [01:26:22.640 --> 01:26:23.640] Yeah. [01:26:23.640 --> 01:26:24.640] No. [01:26:24.640 --> 01:26:29.600] So I have to own it before I can just say that I want to not pay property taxes or school [01:26:29.600 --> 01:26:32.880] taxes, even though I don't have a kid's school. [01:26:32.880 --> 01:26:39.880] Well again, you have to understand a lot more than just the tax itself to understand how [01:26:39.880 --> 01:26:42.000] this would have to play out. [01:26:42.000 --> 01:26:43.000] Okay. [01:26:43.000 --> 01:26:48.360] A lot more time than I've got left in the show to explain it and still get to the other [01:26:48.360 --> 01:26:49.360] callers anyway. [01:26:49.360 --> 01:26:50.360] Okay. [01:26:50.360 --> 01:26:53.360] Did you have a call from California? [01:26:53.360 --> 01:26:58.920] Uh, no, she's in, uh, that call was actually in Arizona, but I do have other callers up [01:26:58.920 --> 01:26:59.920] on the board. [01:26:59.920 --> 01:27:00.920] Okay. [01:27:00.920 --> 01:27:01.920] All right. [01:27:01.920 --> 01:27:02.920] Let's go. [01:27:02.920 --> 01:27:03.920] Okay. [01:27:03.920 --> 01:27:04.920] Thanks for calling J. [01:27:04.920 --> 01:27:05.920] Okay. [01:27:05.920 --> 01:27:06.920] All right. [01:27:06.920 --> 01:27:07.920] Bye bye. [01:27:07.920 --> 01:27:08.920] Bye. [01:27:08.920 --> 01:27:09.920] All right. [01:27:09.920 --> 01:27:10.920] Let's see. [01:27:10.920 --> 01:27:12.920] And now we had, all right. [01:27:12.920 --> 01:27:14.600] Oh, I'm sorry. [01:27:14.600 --> 01:27:16.600] There Charles is in there ahead of reader. [01:27:16.600 --> 01:27:17.600] All right. [01:27:17.600 --> 01:27:18.600] Charles in Washington. [01:27:18.600 --> 01:27:19.600] What do you got Charles? [01:27:19.600 --> 01:27:26.440] Yeah, it's been, it's been a while off and on. [01:27:26.440 --> 01:27:31.680] I've been back off and on a couple of times, but every time something went right, 12 other [01:27:31.680 --> 01:27:32.680] things went wrong. [01:27:32.680 --> 01:27:33.680] Five minutes later. [01:27:33.680 --> 01:27:34.680] But anyway, I got you on line. [01:27:34.680 --> 01:27:39.680] I know there's a lot of people probably waiting to get online, but you know, back in the day, [01:27:39.680 --> 01:27:44.520] I'm still in Seattle when they're still pulling my cars and back then I just gotten hurt and [01:27:44.520 --> 01:27:50.080] I wasn't able to quite comprehend a lot of the stuff he was teaching because I'm better [01:27:50.080 --> 01:27:51.440] than what I used to be. [01:27:51.440 --> 01:27:56.360] So you always told me never take my cars to the control hearing, but I never had enough [01:27:56.360 --> 01:28:00.360] information to go about filing those lawsuits against them. [01:28:00.360 --> 01:28:04.080] And he gave me a lot of stuff and I lost my phones over the years. [01:28:04.080 --> 01:28:08.680] So I didn't have the archives to go back and refer to. [01:28:08.680 --> 01:28:09.680] So again, [01:28:09.680 --> 01:28:15.400] Okay, right, you can still go back to rule of law and download the archives. [01:28:15.400 --> 01:28:16.400] Okay. [01:28:16.400 --> 01:28:22.400] If you know when they were, and I've got a friend who has developed a website that actually [01:28:22.400 --> 01:28:31.080] does transcriptions of the shows and he makes a complete written transcript of, of an entire [01:28:31.080 --> 01:28:32.520] episode of the show. [01:28:32.520 --> 01:28:38.160] And right now he's got all of the current shows, all of mine that I know of for sure, [01:28:38.160 --> 01:28:45.960] and probably Randy's and Brett's he's run them through the website that he's developed [01:28:45.960 --> 01:28:50.520] and you can now download those. [01:28:50.520 --> 01:28:54.880] And so you can get the printed transcript as well as a link back to the original archive. [01:28:54.880 --> 01:29:00.320] So you could go to his website, do a search for the terms you're looking for, and it will [01:29:00.320 --> 01:29:05.400] pull up every transcript and radio show that links to it. [01:29:05.400 --> 01:29:08.440] So you can find the stuff you need a lot quicker that way. [01:29:08.440 --> 01:29:13.680] Now that's a big blessing because I know you always started me right in the area, but I [01:29:13.680 --> 01:29:16.240] was just never ever enough copy. [01:29:16.240 --> 01:29:22.520] And he, he, he is also the one who keeps my blog site up to date behind the scenes for [01:29:22.520 --> 01:29:23.520] me. [01:29:23.520 --> 01:29:36.080] Um, you can go to my legal blog, uh, tal dash or tal hyphen of hyphen law.com and look for [01:29:36.080 --> 01:29:42.640] the link to his, uh, archive engine search and go there and look it up. [01:29:42.640 --> 01:29:45.480] Could you give me one more time? [01:29:45.480 --> 01:29:47.560] I was trying to this radio kept coming up in my car. [01:29:47.560 --> 01:29:48.560] Okay. [01:29:48.560 --> 01:29:52.160] Well hang on just a second and let the music get done and get on the other side when it's [01:29:52.160 --> 01:29:53.160] clear. [01:29:53.160 --> 01:29:54.160] Okay. [01:29:54.160 --> 01:29:55.160] Okay. [01:29:55.160 --> 01:29:56.160] Hold on Charles. [01:29:56.160 --> 01:29:57.160] All right folks. [01:29:57.160 --> 01:29:58.160] Five one two six four six. [01:29:58.160 --> 01:29:59.160] Nineteen eighty four. [01:29:59.160 --> 01:30:00.160] We'll be right back. [01:30:00.160 --> 01:30:04.680] It seems like everywhere you turn nowadays, someone wants your name, social security number [01:30:04.680 --> 01:30:08.440] and date of birth, but you should think twice before giving away your personal data. [01:30:08.440 --> 01:30:12.360] I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht and I'll say more in just a moment. [01:30:12.360 --> 01:30:17.000] Google is watching you recording everything you've ever searched for and creating a massive [01:30:17.000 --> 01:30:19.640] database of your personal information. [01:30:19.640 --> 01:30:22.640] That's creepy, but it doesn't have to be that way. [01:30:22.640 --> 01:30:26.040] Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine. [01:30:26.040 --> 01:30:30.360] Startpage.com doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking [01:30:30.360 --> 01:30:32.640] cookies and they're third party certified. [01:30:32.640 --> 01:30:37.120] If you don't like big brother spying on you, start over with Startpage. [01:30:37.120 --> 01:30:40.000] Great search results and total privacy. [01:30:40.000 --> 01:30:42.760] Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:30:42.760 --> 01:30:44.400] Forms, forms, forms. [01:30:44.400 --> 01:30:45.400] They're everywhere. [01:30:45.400 --> 01:30:49.040] But just because a piece of paper asks for information doesn't mean you have to give [01:30:49.040 --> 01:30:50.040] it. [01:30:50.040 --> 01:30:54.920] I write spaces on forms all the time or I write N slash A for not applicable and usually [01:30:54.920 --> 01:30:56.720] nobody notices or cares. [01:30:56.720 --> 01:31:01.280] I never give my social security number or date of birth unless it's absolutely mandatory [01:31:01.280 --> 01:31:05.600] for employment or a government requirement and I won't give my phone number to a company [01:31:05.600 --> 01:31:09.760] or an organization unless I actually want them to call me and that's pretty rare. [01:31:09.760 --> 01:31:14.880] To preserve our vanishing privacy, we need to practice saying no to random data requests. [01:31:14.880 --> 01:31:16.520] It's like exercising a muscle. [01:31:16.520 --> 01:31:18.360] It gets easier the more you do it. [01:31:18.360 --> 01:31:22.440] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31:48.360 --> 01:32:14.040] We're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [01:32:14.040 --> 01:32:17.080] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act [01:32:17.080 --> 01:32:20.720] in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [01:32:20.720 --> 01:32:24.960] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve [01:32:24.960 --> 01:32:26.320] our rights through due process. [01:32:26.320 --> 01:32:30.320] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the [01:32:30.320 --> 01:32:34.080] most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process [01:32:34.080 --> 01:32:36.480] is and how to hold courts to the rule of law. [01:32:36.480 --> 01:32:40.480] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and [01:32:40.480 --> 01:32:41.800] ordering your copy today. [01:32:41.800 --> 01:32:45.080] By ordering now, you'll receive a copy of Eddie's book, The Texas Transportation Code, [01:32:45.080 --> 01:32:46.520] The Law Versus the Lie. [01:32:46.520 --> 01:32:50.720] Also in audio of the original 2009 seminar, hundreds of research documents and other useful [01:32:50.720 --> 01:32:51.720] resource material. [01:32:51.720 --> 01:32:55.840] Learn how to fight for your rights with the help of this material from ruleoflawradio.com. [01:32:55.840 --> 01:33:12.080] Order your copy today and together we can have the free society we all want and deserve. [01:33:12.080 --> 01:33:37.880] Yeah folks, that's right. [01:33:37.880 --> 01:33:38.880] Money for nothing. [01:33:38.880 --> 01:33:44.840] And all this money for nothing has definitely taken us into dire straits as a country. [01:33:44.840 --> 01:33:45.840] Believe it. [01:33:45.840 --> 01:33:46.840] All right. [01:33:46.840 --> 01:33:48.920] That said, let's get back to Charles. [01:33:48.920 --> 01:34:03.160] All right, Charles, the website is TAL, T A O dash of O F dash law law.com. [01:34:03.160 --> 01:34:06.020] And it is the very first article at the top of the page. [01:34:06.020 --> 01:34:12.680] And you get to that website that says rule of law, radio archives, search engine, okay. [01:34:12.680 --> 01:34:15.760] I got it. [01:34:15.760 --> 01:34:17.520] I got it. [01:34:17.520 --> 01:34:18.520] Okay. [01:34:18.520 --> 01:34:24.920] And he's got a whole list of instructions there on what to do and how to do it. [01:34:24.920 --> 01:34:25.920] Great. [01:34:25.920 --> 01:34:26.920] Eddie. [01:34:26.920 --> 01:34:27.920] All right. [01:34:27.920 --> 01:34:32.080] So again, one more time, since I'm backing you back on the thing, then when you want [01:34:32.080 --> 01:34:35.920] to donate anything, what is that going to be on their website as well? [01:34:35.920 --> 01:34:42.560] Oh, no, if you want to make a donation to me there, uh, you have to go to the rule of [01:34:42.560 --> 01:34:48.800] law radio.com website, not the logos radio network website. [01:34:48.800 --> 01:34:50.240] Okay. [01:34:50.240 --> 01:34:56.240] You've got to go to rule of law radio.com click on the donations link down the left [01:34:56.240 --> 01:34:57.560] hand side. [01:34:57.560 --> 01:35:02.260] And then on the donations page, you got to click the goal button under where it reads, [01:35:02.260 --> 01:35:03.800] make a donation to Eddie. [01:35:03.800 --> 01:35:11.100] If it's for me, otherwise it's make a donation to rule of law or, or to logos radio network. [01:35:11.100 --> 01:35:14.160] If you want to just give it to the network, however you want to do it. [01:35:14.160 --> 01:35:15.160] All right. [01:35:15.160 --> 01:35:16.160] Well, I got you. [01:35:16.160 --> 01:35:18.480] Like I said, I was somewhere I should have been, which is the casino. [01:35:18.480 --> 01:35:21.560] And I realized you came on at 10 o'clock, six o'clock hard time. [01:35:21.560 --> 01:35:25.120] So that was the main thing I wanted to get back with you all of that. [01:35:25.120 --> 01:35:29.640] And then, uh, so it's, it's, it's still every Monday, not you, are you on Fridays or Thursday [01:35:29.640 --> 01:35:30.640] too, or just Monday? [01:35:30.640 --> 01:35:33.680] No, I'm, I'm only on Mondays right now. [01:35:33.680 --> 01:35:38.000] I'm working on other things so I can get a, a YouTube channel up and going. [01:35:38.000 --> 01:35:39.000] And I've got it. [01:35:39.000 --> 01:35:44.040] I've got the channel up, but I've only got a handful of videos on it right now. [01:35:44.040 --> 01:35:48.400] And I'm working on trying to get things set up here and working correctly where I can [01:35:48.400 --> 01:35:54.800] actually start doing regular, uh, teaching videos to put out on that website and have [01:35:54.800 --> 01:35:56.880] at least a couple of weeks put up. [01:35:56.880 --> 01:36:02.240] And when I was actually about the last time we talk, I was down in Springs, Texas and [01:36:02.240 --> 01:36:05.600] I was coming to your direction, but you hadn't quite got everything set up at that time. [01:36:05.600 --> 01:36:07.960] I think you was in transition and moving. [01:36:07.960 --> 01:36:13.520] So anyway, I did get, I was able to reach one of your older clips and that's how I got [01:36:13.520 --> 01:36:14.520] everything back. [01:36:14.520 --> 01:36:17.760] Cause my phone, I lost it on all my evidence to everything. [01:36:17.760 --> 01:36:19.840] So I'm starting over, but that's okay. [01:36:19.840 --> 01:36:21.760] You still, you still betting hard at it. [01:36:21.760 --> 01:36:25.920] So I appreciate you and I will look that up and go from there. [01:36:25.920 --> 01:36:26.920] All right. [01:36:26.920 --> 01:36:27.920] It can be blessed. [01:36:27.920 --> 01:36:28.920] Thank you so much. [01:36:28.920 --> 01:36:29.920] Thanks for calling Charles. [01:36:29.920 --> 01:36:30.920] All right. [01:36:30.920 --> 01:36:31.920] All right. [01:36:31.920 --> 01:36:32.920] Thank you. [01:36:32.920 --> 01:36:33.920] Bye bye. [01:36:33.920 --> 01:36:34.920] All right. [01:36:34.920 --> 01:36:37.880] And now we have truth Raider Raider. [01:36:37.880 --> 01:36:38.880] What do you got? [01:36:38.880 --> 01:36:42.160] Hey, can you hear me all right? [01:36:42.160 --> 01:36:43.160] Except for the static. [01:36:43.160 --> 01:36:44.160] He sounds. [01:36:44.160 --> 01:36:45.160] You're emitting. [01:36:45.160 --> 01:36:46.160] Yes. [01:36:46.160 --> 01:36:47.160] Okay. [01:36:47.160 --> 01:36:49.480] I just want to, I sure regret getting, giving up my landline. [01:36:49.480 --> 01:36:50.480] I had no problem with that. [01:36:50.480 --> 01:36:54.920] Everything is loud and clear on the landline, but I got the cell phone solo mistake I made [01:36:54.920 --> 01:36:55.920] there. [01:36:55.920 --> 01:36:56.920] Okay. [01:36:56.920 --> 01:36:57.920] So how's the dogs doing? [01:36:57.920 --> 01:36:59.920] How's the training going along? [01:36:59.920 --> 01:37:01.920] Great. [01:37:01.920 --> 01:37:04.520] It's going great. [01:37:04.520 --> 01:37:05.800] They're all doing very well. [01:37:05.800 --> 01:37:12.360] I had, I had a graduation for one yesterday who went home and his partner is still here [01:37:12.360 --> 01:37:20.480] for an extra week to do some emotional, uh, behavioral reconditioning, um, because she's [01:37:20.480 --> 01:37:24.840] got a, uh, a fear issue where she's a fear biter. [01:37:24.840 --> 01:37:25.840] Okay. [01:37:25.840 --> 01:37:26.840] Very good. [01:37:26.840 --> 01:37:35.000] Well, it is, it has become successful going to the dog that's that, uh, hey, dogs are [01:37:35.000 --> 01:37:37.840] better company than most people I find these days. [01:37:37.840 --> 01:37:46.080] Uh, you had, um, mentioned something during class you had mentioned in where in the vehicle [01:37:46.080 --> 01:37:50.800] code did you discover those particular descriptions? [01:37:50.800 --> 01:37:55.400] It said, it says, why are you calling in here asking me that when you can download the video [01:37:55.400 --> 01:38:02.920] of the class and know everything, including what I looked at and showed you 59, 19. [01:38:02.920 --> 01:38:06.920] Now that is that specifically, uh, according to Oregon law, right? [01:38:06.920 --> 01:38:11.800] Or is that an example that you have that you just know, I showed you the website in the [01:38:11.800 --> 01:38:15.680] class of exactly what we were looking at. [01:38:15.680 --> 01:38:16.680] And it was Oregon. [01:38:16.680 --> 01:38:17.680] Okay. [01:38:17.680 --> 01:38:20.280] You want to make that perfectly clear? [01:38:20.280 --> 01:38:28.720] Uh, are you going to send out a downloadable link? [01:38:28.720 --> 01:38:36.400] A downloadable link to what to that class last Thursday, I put the link in the chat [01:38:36.400 --> 01:38:41.560] like I always do before class even began. [01:38:41.560 --> 01:38:48.480] I put the link to the download in there and you have to make sure you copy it out and [01:38:48.480 --> 01:38:52.400] keep it so you can use it for that subscription period. [01:38:52.400 --> 01:38:53.680] Did you not do that? [01:38:53.680 --> 01:38:58.400] No, I didn't see anything because I didn't see an email in the past classes that you [01:38:58.400 --> 01:38:59.400] did. [01:38:59.400 --> 01:39:00.400] I didn't send it in an email. [01:39:00.400 --> 01:39:02.000] I put it in the chat. [01:39:02.000 --> 01:39:03.000] Okay. [01:39:03.000 --> 01:39:04.880] I've been, I've been so busy. [01:39:04.880 --> 01:39:09.880] I haven't even gotten to an email since I did the class. [01:39:09.880 --> 01:39:10.880] Okay. [01:39:10.880 --> 01:39:11.880] All right. [01:39:11.880 --> 01:39:18.400] So yeah, I, for it would be sent in emails, but okay. [01:39:18.400 --> 01:39:25.480] So I have to, yeah, some usually, but I usually send out the email with the link at the beginning [01:39:25.480 --> 01:39:31.000] of the class subscription period and that, and now we're on the next to last class if [01:39:31.000 --> 01:39:35.860] not the next to last class for the subscription period. [01:39:35.860 --> 01:39:44.160] So you would have to go all the way back to, uh, either the third or the 10th to find the [01:39:44.160 --> 01:39:48.840] email that had the link in it or the download. [01:39:48.840 --> 01:39:52.920] All right, I'll do that. [01:39:52.920 --> 01:39:54.080] I'll do that there. [01:39:54.080 --> 01:39:59.720] Uh, I filed a motion today because I sent you an email a couple of days ago, letting [01:39:59.720 --> 01:40:07.160] you know that they, they set a date for 4 26, 10 45, the so-called trial again. [01:40:07.160 --> 01:40:10.800] So, you know, it's well over 90 days. [01:40:10.800 --> 01:40:19.720] So I'm wondering if it research that and see if it's being hard to eat or speedy trial. [01:40:19.720 --> 01:40:26.800] Did you file a motion for speedy trial before that time that clock started ticking? [01:40:26.800 --> 01:40:30.600] No, nothing about that. [01:40:30.600 --> 01:40:36.640] Uh, well, the problem is if you don't file a motion for speedy trial, you haven't invoked [01:40:36.640 --> 01:40:38.920] the limitation. [01:40:38.920 --> 01:40:46.840] Okay, so I have, I have to send them something in order to get that. [01:40:46.840 --> 01:40:56.640] You have to demand it's wrong, but the court, the court opinions on it are, if you want [01:40:56.640 --> 01:41:02.640] a speedy trial, you have to invoke your right to it by filing a motion, demanding a speedy [01:41:02.640 --> 01:41:03.640] trial. [01:41:03.640 --> 01:41:10.160] If you do not do that, then they have up to any amount of time. [01:41:10.160 --> 01:41:16.600] Once the complaints been filed or the indictments been handed down to actually do the prosecution. [01:41:16.600 --> 01:41:17.600] Okay. [01:41:17.600 --> 01:41:18.600] Got it. [01:41:18.600 --> 01:41:20.640] I got to do that. [01:41:20.640 --> 01:41:21.800] That's according to them. [01:41:21.800 --> 01:41:26.360] I think a statute of limitations is the statute of limitations, regardless of when they get [01:41:26.360 --> 01:41:31.980] to it, just because they file the complaint and sit on it for 10 years and do nothing [01:41:31.980 --> 01:41:36.840] doesn't mean they get to keep you in limbo for 10 years for a two year offense. [01:41:36.840 --> 01:41:39.560] That would, that's just stupid yet. [01:41:39.560 --> 01:41:41.680] That is exactly how they do it. [01:41:41.680 --> 01:41:45.120] Well, yeah, well, this is what they did. [01:41:45.120 --> 01:41:52.360] They called me and said that they couldn't find the information that they needed to look. [01:41:52.360 --> 01:41:53.360] That's what they said. [01:41:53.360 --> 01:41:56.240] But I don't have to do anything with me. [01:41:56.240 --> 01:42:01.440] Had you filed a motion for speedy trial, that would not be your problem. [01:42:01.440 --> 01:42:05.600] But since you didn't file such a motion, they made it your problem. [01:42:05.600 --> 01:42:06.600] Yeah. [01:42:06.600 --> 01:42:13.000] Well, they sent out a date within the 90 days and then just two days before, then they called [01:42:13.000 --> 01:42:17.920] me and said, well, we're going to have to postpone it again. [01:42:17.920 --> 01:42:24.400] If you haven't filed a motion for speedy trial, they can do that in perpetuity forever. [01:42:24.400 --> 01:42:25.400] Okay. [01:42:25.400 --> 01:42:26.400] Gotcha. [01:42:26.400 --> 01:42:27.400] Gotcha. [01:42:27.400 --> 01:42:35.960] Well, this is the three things that I brought up today based on the Oregon state constitution. [01:42:35.960 --> 01:42:39.800] I found the challenge in them and asked the question, are they following section 10 of [01:42:39.800 --> 01:42:40.800] the constitution? [01:42:40.800 --> 01:42:41.800] Apparently not. [01:42:41.800 --> 01:42:45.800] Section 12 and section 17, they're violating- [01:42:45.800 --> 01:42:48.360] Wait a minute. [01:42:48.360 --> 01:42:52.680] Section 12 and 17, those are direct references to the Texas constitution. [01:42:52.680 --> 01:42:57.680] Are you saying Oregon says the same thing in the same sections of its constitution? [01:42:57.680 --> 01:42:58.680] Well, that's what it says. [01:42:58.680 --> 01:43:05.080] We go into the bill of rights and you get to the sections of bill of rights after the [01:43:05.080 --> 01:43:13.440] preamble, then there's a list of 30 some odd sections for the Oregon state constitution. [01:43:13.440 --> 01:43:23.000] Section 10 deals with delays, secrecy, delays, payoffs, and stuff like that that are highly [01:43:23.000 --> 01:43:24.000] illegal. [01:43:24.000 --> 01:43:26.720] Then there's section 12 on double jeopardy. [01:43:26.720 --> 01:43:31.600] Now, double jeopardy is when they keep, you know, they found that I'm not- [01:43:31.600 --> 01:43:39.120] Double jeopardy only applies if you went to trial on the merits of the case and they dismissed [01:43:39.120 --> 01:43:45.200] it, dropped it, or whatever without a conviction, and then they couldn't bring it back again. [01:43:45.200 --> 01:43:50.240] That does not include a mistrial, by the way. [01:43:50.240 --> 01:43:51.240] Hang on. [01:43:51.240 --> 01:43:53.640] Let me take this break and we'll finish this up on the other side. [01:43:53.640 --> 01:43:54.640] All right, folks. [01:43:54.640 --> 01:43:56.640] We're going into the last segment of the show. [01:43:56.640 --> 01:43:57.640] Y'all hang on. [01:43:57.640 --> 01:44:00.640] We'll be right back. [01:44:00.640 --> 01:44:05.280] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area [01:44:05.280 --> 01:44:06.700] of nutrition. [01:44:06.700 --> 01:44:10.560] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves, and it's time we changed all [01:44:10.560 --> 01:44:11.560] that. [01:44:11.560 --> 01:44:17.160] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition. [01:46:42.400 --> 01:46:43.400] We are back. [01:46:43.400 --> 01:46:49.760] This is Rule of Law Radio calling number 512-646-1984. [01:46:49.760 --> 01:46:54.040] I am in the last segment, so if you want to talk, you've got very little time to get in [01:46:54.040 --> 01:46:55.040] here and make that happen. [01:46:55.040 --> 01:46:56.040] All right. [01:46:56.040 --> 01:46:59.040] In the meantime, let's wrap this up for Truth Raider. [01:46:59.040 --> 01:47:00.040] Raider, go ahead. [01:47:00.040 --> 01:47:01.040] All right. [01:47:01.040 --> 01:47:02.040] Thank you, Andy. [01:47:02.040 --> 01:47:10.440] Second 17, this one is an italic jury by trial in all civil cases. [01:47:10.440 --> 01:47:13.440] That's civil cases. [01:47:13.440 --> 01:47:23.640] We have civil cases, a jury, or any civil cases for anyone that shall remain in violation. [01:47:23.640 --> 01:47:27.120] And we were talking about that term in pilot and flat. [01:47:27.120 --> 01:47:28.800] That means that's permanent. [01:47:28.800 --> 01:47:32.240] You cannot change it in violation. [01:47:32.240 --> 01:47:33.240] That's correct, right? [01:47:33.240 --> 01:47:34.240] Yeah. [01:47:34.240 --> 01:47:35.240] That's what it says. [01:47:35.240 --> 01:47:38.240] So I filed that one, too. [01:47:38.240 --> 01:47:45.400] They're in violation of Section 17, because I underlie that all civil cases, no matter [01:47:45.400 --> 01:47:48.960] what they are, civil is civil, criminal is criminal. [01:47:48.960 --> 01:47:49.960] Yeah. [01:47:49.960 --> 01:47:54.400] They tend to try to construe all as not encompassing some things, when in fact, that's the exact [01:47:54.400 --> 01:47:58.080] opposite of what all means. [01:47:58.080 --> 01:48:03.420] All means every, right? [01:48:03.420 --> 01:48:08.400] Every means each, without exception. [01:48:08.400 --> 01:48:09.400] Right. [01:48:09.400 --> 01:48:10.400] Without exception. [01:48:10.400 --> 01:48:11.400] So I filed that. [01:48:11.400 --> 01:48:12.400] We'll see how they respond to that. [01:48:12.400 --> 01:48:13.400] Of course, they won't. [01:48:13.400 --> 01:48:18.000] But they never give it to her to read until she has the date of the trial right there [01:48:18.000 --> 01:48:24.600] before they even give her anything that I filed with the court for her to read. [01:48:24.600 --> 01:48:28.680] I would do that on purpose and get away with that all the time. [01:48:28.680 --> 01:48:31.600] I'm not holding to it this time. [01:48:31.600 --> 01:48:38.200] But of course, the number one thing is to challenge the officers of making a civil seizure, [01:48:38.200 --> 01:48:44.040] which does not meet the criteria for his position as a law enforcement officer, peace officer. [01:48:44.040 --> 01:48:51.920] Well, that only works if Oregon has a statute that says they cannot commence a prosecution [01:48:51.920 --> 01:48:54.280] based upon an arrest. [01:48:54.280 --> 01:48:57.160] They cannot commence a, I'm sorry. [01:48:57.160 --> 01:49:02.880] They can't commit a civil case based upon arrest. [01:49:02.880 --> 01:49:09.360] The Michigan or Minnesota has that statute. [01:49:09.360 --> 01:49:17.640] The moment the cop pulls you over and write you a ticket, they blew the entire case because [01:49:17.640 --> 01:49:24.480] Minnesota law says you cannot initiate a civil case with an arrest. [01:49:24.480 --> 01:49:31.280] Now, if you don't have a law like that in Oregon, then they're going to get away with [01:49:31.280 --> 01:49:32.280] doing what they did. [01:49:32.280 --> 01:49:33.280] All right. [01:49:33.280 --> 01:49:40.680] Well, it says right there, well, yeah, you know, in reference to the old statute under [01:49:40.680 --> 01:49:46.560] the statute 810-410-3, paragraph 8 says, this officer shall not arrest the person for [01:49:46.560 --> 01:49:47.560] test violation. [01:49:47.560 --> 01:49:51.560] That's the only thing that's in statute. [01:49:51.560 --> 01:49:57.360] Well, then you have to find out how the state courts there have defined arrest. [01:49:57.360 --> 01:49:58.360] Yeah. [01:49:58.360 --> 01:50:05.800] I don't know, it may, it may different for, for others, uh, way to get around things. [01:50:05.800 --> 01:50:12.280] No, you need to see if there is either a statutory definition or a case law definition for the [01:50:12.280 --> 01:50:13.280] term arrest. [01:50:13.280 --> 01:50:14.280] All right. [01:50:14.280 --> 01:50:15.280] Okay. [01:50:15.280 --> 01:50:23.520] Once again, before I jump titles, you said title 59, volume 19 is the creation of the [01:50:23.520 --> 01:50:24.920] writing of the bill. [01:50:24.920 --> 01:50:27.000] I don't remember what I said. [01:50:27.000 --> 01:50:29.160] That was last Thursday night. [01:50:29.160 --> 01:50:30.160] Yeah. [01:50:30.160 --> 01:50:37.960] I'm in trouble finding all these other statutes and stuff like that in the constitution. [01:50:37.960 --> 01:50:43.880] But you typed in Oregon revised statutes and you took the top link, right? [01:50:43.880 --> 01:50:44.880] Right. [01:50:44.880 --> 01:50:47.480] Then how can you not find it? [01:50:47.480 --> 01:50:55.880] Cause that's literally what it takes you straight to, let me grab it right here. [01:50:55.880 --> 01:50:56.880] I have it right here. [01:50:56.880 --> 01:50:58.440] It's on the top here. [01:50:58.440 --> 01:50:59.440] Let's see. [01:50:59.440 --> 01:51:12.640] Title one starts off with, it's the very last title, which should be 19. [01:51:12.640 --> 01:51:19.960] It was on and on and on. [01:51:19.960 --> 01:51:30.440] It goes and goes with lots of literature here, so going on and on, it must be on other pages [01:51:30.440 --> 01:51:31.440] here. [01:51:31.440 --> 01:51:33.440] There's a lot of stuff here. [01:51:33.440 --> 01:51:34.440] Okay. [01:51:34.440 --> 01:51:39.640] Volume 19, Raider volume 19 yet, but I'm still scrolling. [01:51:39.640 --> 01:51:43.600] I'm still title 59. [01:51:43.600 --> 01:51:47.480] It stops at a certain point here and I don't know, I've got to go back and then there's [01:51:47.480 --> 01:51:52.240] no way you're looking at what I'm looking at because it's barely a page long. [01:51:52.240 --> 01:51:53.240] Okay. [01:51:53.240 --> 01:51:56.120] All right. [01:51:56.120 --> 01:52:10.160] Go to Google in the search field, type Oregon revised statute and click on the very first [01:52:10.160 --> 01:52:11.160] link. [01:52:11.160 --> 01:52:12.160] Okay. [01:52:12.160 --> 01:52:13.160] Very first one. [01:52:13.160 --> 01:52:14.160] Or device. [01:52:14.160 --> 01:52:15.160] All right. [01:52:15.160 --> 01:52:16.160] I'll do that. [01:52:16.160 --> 01:52:17.160] Google scholar. [01:52:17.160 --> 01:52:20.160] No, not Google scholar. [01:52:20.160 --> 01:52:21.160] Google. [01:52:21.160 --> 01:52:22.160] Okay. [01:52:22.160 --> 01:52:26.320] I'll do that. [01:52:26.320 --> 01:52:27.320] Okay. [01:52:27.320 --> 01:52:30.120] I'm going to go ahead and jump by the others callers. [01:52:30.120 --> 01:52:31.120] Get in there. [01:52:31.120 --> 01:52:32.120] Good night. [01:52:32.120 --> 01:52:33.120] We love you. [01:52:33.120 --> 01:52:34.120] We appreciate you. [01:52:34.120 --> 01:52:35.120] Eddie. [01:52:35.120 --> 01:52:37.120] We'll talk to you at Thursday night at class. [01:52:37.120 --> 01:52:38.120] Okay. [01:52:38.120 --> 01:52:41.120] Have a good night, Raider. [01:52:41.120 --> 01:52:42.120] All right. [01:52:42.120 --> 01:52:43.120] I see folks. [01:52:43.120 --> 01:52:45.560] That's one thing about being in my class. [01:52:45.560 --> 01:52:46.560] Okay. [01:52:46.560 --> 01:52:48.640] Listen to what I'm telling you. [01:52:48.640 --> 01:52:52.760] Google superimpose your thought process on the things I'm trying to teach you in that [01:52:52.760 --> 01:52:57.040] class to try to understand what I just said. [01:52:57.040 --> 01:53:01.200] I specifically said Google, not Google scholar. [01:53:01.200 --> 01:53:04.920] If I met Google scholar, I would have said Google scholar. [01:53:04.920 --> 01:53:13.400] Okay, Google, Google scholar is not where you go to look up state statutes. [01:53:13.400 --> 01:53:22.000] It's where you go to look up legal articles and white papers and case law, but not state [01:53:22.000 --> 01:53:30.600] legislative websites, Google, not Google scholar for that particular purpose. [01:53:30.600 --> 01:53:32.480] Okay. [01:53:32.480 --> 01:53:37.240] Listing should not be hard, but sometimes it is, I guess. [01:53:37.240 --> 01:53:38.440] Okay. [01:53:38.440 --> 01:53:42.420] Now that said, I've got five minutes left in this show. [01:53:42.420 --> 01:53:49.920] So touching base back on what I said at the beginning of the show, bad times are coming [01:53:49.920 --> 01:53:56.000] folks and they're coming on a long black train and out the back of that black train is not [01:53:56.000 --> 01:53:58.080] choo-choo smoke. [01:53:58.080 --> 01:54:02.520] It is missile fire, nuclear missile fire. [01:54:02.520 --> 01:54:04.000] Okay. [01:54:04.000 --> 01:54:12.360] And the people that you voted for or cheering on an office or consider to be your leaders [01:54:12.360 --> 01:54:15.520] are the people that put us in that position. [01:54:15.520 --> 01:54:18.320] They're the ones that led us down this path. [01:54:18.320 --> 01:54:25.600] They're the ones that have made this a hazard to our health and our ability to survive. [01:54:25.600 --> 01:54:27.600] Okay. [01:54:27.600 --> 01:54:33.000] You remember in the 1950s and sixties when everybody wanted to fall out shelter or bomb [01:54:33.000 --> 01:54:37.640] shelter for this, for exactly what's going to happen very, very soon. [01:54:37.640 --> 01:54:48.000] If things don't change and nowadays nobody has those except for a very few preppers talk [01:54:48.000 --> 01:54:52.400] about getting off point. [01:54:52.400 --> 01:54:55.200] When the threat wasn't real, they had you spending your money. [01:54:55.200 --> 01:55:03.920] When the threat was real, they had you watching TV and sports and Kim Kardashian's ass anything, [01:55:03.920 --> 01:55:07.320] but what they were doing and why they were doing it. [01:55:07.320 --> 01:55:14.000] They had you taken genetic engineered vaccines to change your DNA, telling you it was good [01:55:14.000 --> 01:55:16.080] for you and would save your life. [01:55:16.080 --> 01:55:20.320] And it has been proven to do exactly the opposite. [01:55:20.320 --> 01:55:23.580] They tell you they need depopulation of the earth. [01:55:23.580 --> 01:55:26.440] They want depopulation of the earth. [01:55:26.440 --> 01:55:34.120] And then they say, take this and it will save your life, which are two opposing messages. [01:55:34.120 --> 01:55:50.720] Don't you think if you can't tell light from dark, you're blind. [01:55:50.720 --> 01:55:52.560] Okay. [01:55:52.560 --> 01:56:02.560] And not just a little, not just legally, but completely [01:56:02.560 --> 01:56:13.640] your level of discernment is so low, it doesn't even move the needle to try to register. [01:56:13.640 --> 01:56:18.840] Because if you could not see this coming down the pike long before now, you just weren't [01:56:18.840 --> 01:56:26.520] trying and you weren't looking. [01:56:26.520 --> 01:56:32.840] And today here we are. [01:56:32.840 --> 01:56:35.220] What is to be done about it, folks? [01:56:35.220 --> 01:56:40.400] What is the answer to this problem? [01:56:40.400 --> 01:56:42.880] I keep coming back to only one. [01:56:42.880 --> 01:56:45.680] Personally, I keep coming back to only one. [01:56:45.680 --> 01:56:52.140] I don't see how we fix this. [01:56:52.140 --> 01:56:55.540] And we sure as hell are not going to fix it by becoming a part of the very system that [01:56:55.540 --> 01:56:59.640] made it. [01:56:59.640 --> 01:57:01.260] So what's the answer? [01:57:01.260 --> 01:57:06.540] What do we do now? [01:57:06.540 --> 01:57:12.840] We ain't in Kansas anymore, Dorothy. [01:57:12.840 --> 01:57:21.240] If anything, we're the witch at the end of that movie, the wicked witch, we're getting [01:57:21.240 --> 01:57:32.360] crushed by the house that the elitist a-holes live in. [01:57:32.360 --> 01:57:34.940] What are we going to do? [01:57:34.940 --> 01:57:37.200] Elections is not going to fix it. [01:57:37.200 --> 01:57:41.620] The people telling you they want the power to do the job ain't going to fix it. [01:57:41.620 --> 01:57:44.440] They're part of the problem of why we and how we got here. [01:57:44.440 --> 01:57:46.800] Why would they fix it? [01:57:46.800 --> 01:57:51.680] How would they fix it? [01:57:51.680 --> 01:57:52.680] Got a problem. [01:57:52.680 --> 01:57:58.120] It's very real and it's coming down just as fast as it can chug. [01:57:58.120 --> 01:57:59.120] We got to figure something out. [01:57:59.120 --> 01:58:00.120] All right, folks.
