[00:00.000 --> 00:06.800] The following news flashes brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown. [00:06.800 --> 00:14.600] Markets for Monday 22 July 2019 Open with Precious Metals, Gold $1,429.00, Silver $16.45 [00:14.600 --> 00:24.200] C&O, Copper $2.75 C&O, Oil, Texas Crude $55.63 Barrel, Brent Crude $62.47 Barrel, and Cryptos [00:24.200 --> 00:35.200] and Order of Market Cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin [00:35.200 --> 00:46.200] $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [00:46.200 --> 00:52.480] Today in history, the year 1916, the preparedness day bombing, a time suitcase bomb, was detonated [00:52.480 --> 00:57.800] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Prepared-to-Stay Parade, killing [00:57.800 --> 01:04.800] 10 and entering 40 today in history. [01:04.800 --> 01:09.480] And recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp into [01:09.480 --> 01:14.120] taxes law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin [01:14.120 --> 01:17.880] and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges, and even refusing to [01:17.880 --> 01:22.360] file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory [01:22.360 --> 01:24.800] equipment to test the herb for THC. [01:24.800 --> 01:28.480] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that [01:28.480 --> 01:33.120] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:33.120 --> 01:34.120] law. [01:34.120 --> 01:37.640] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:37.640 --> 01:42.160] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:42.160 --> 01:48.280] in Texas, and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as [01:48.280 --> 01:54.520] well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Cayma Esparza, a Democrat [01:54.520 --> 01:59.000] who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the [01:59.000 --> 02:01.720] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.720 --> 02:06.800] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [02:06.800 --> 02:10.800] in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes [02:10.800 --> 02:13.520] something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.520 --> 02:17.400] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're [02:17.400 --> 02:22.640] charged with. [02:22.640 --> 02:27.480] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark. [02:27.480 --> 02:32.400] As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket [02:32.400 --> 02:38.040] shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East [02:38.040 --> 02:39.540] Pacific Ocean. [02:39.540 --> 02:43.840] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [02:43.840 --> 02:50.080] its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the [02:50.080 --> 03:16.120] glow. [03:20.480 --> 03:25.440] What you gonna do? [03:25.440 --> 03:29.540] Bad boys, what you gonna do? [03:29.540 --> 03:32.620] What you gonna do when they come for you? [03:32.620 --> 03:34.820] Bad boys, what you gonna do? [03:34.820 --> 03:38.480] What you gonna do when they come for you? [03:38.480 --> 03:43.780] When you were eight and your hat-bag-tree would go to school and earn the golden rule, so [03:43.780 --> 03:46.600] why are you acting like a bloody fool? [04:16.600 --> 04:18.200] bad boys, bad boy [04:18.200 --> 04:19.580] whatcha gonna do? [04:19.580 --> 04:20.740] whatcha gonna do [04:20.760 --> 04:22.560] when they come for you? [04:22.560 --> 04:23.900] bad boys, bad boy [04:23.900 --> 04:25.260] whatcha gonna do? [04:25.260 --> 04:27.640] whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:27.640 --> 04:29.300] bad boys, bad boy [04:29.300 --> 04:30.740] whatcha gonna do? [04:30.740 --> 04:33.260] whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:33.260 --> 04:35.760] nobody 9 did you no break [04:35.760 --> 04:37.680] for loose 9 did you no break [04:38.980 --> 04:41.320] okay howdy howdy [04:41.320 --> 04:44.300] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, crew of dla radio [04:44.300 --> 04:54.580] on this, the third day of December, 2020, and we are getting ready for the new year. [04:54.580 --> 05:04.260] I am putting together a program for anyone who is behind on their mortgage because of [05:04.260 --> 05:14.700] this COVID crisis and according to the latest statistics I have seen, in September of this [05:14.700 --> 05:23.060] year there were only 41.2 million people who were more than six months behind on their [05:23.060 --> 05:34.860] mortgage. It is going to be a disaster and we will have Tina calling in relatively soon. [05:34.860 --> 05:44.580] Let me go ahead and turn on the phone lines. We were having a conference call and it drifted [05:44.580 --> 05:52.860] off into what's going on in California and I don't think Tina realized it but I'm sitting [05:52.860 --> 06:02.860] here in Texas thinking, none of that stuff is happening here. There she is. Hello Tina. [06:02.860 --> 06:11.180] Hello Wendy, how are you? I am good. When you all were talking about the homeless and the [06:11.180 --> 06:16.540] hungry and all of the things that were going on in California, I didn't say anything but [06:16.540 --> 06:23.300] I was sitting here thinking I'm in Texas and none of that stuff is happening here. I'm [06:23.300 --> 06:29.300] in a red state and we're not having any of those problems. Will you speak to the problem [06:29.300 --> 06:39.460] with getting products into town? Well, I've been speaking with some of the [06:39.460 --> 06:48.340] store managers who have warned me that it's very difficult right now and they're expecting [06:48.340 --> 06:57.900] shortages of a lot of the regular, especially holiday items because people, the truck drivers [06:57.900 --> 07:05.740] don't want to come into these cities, especially Chicago and Detroit and Los Angeles and San [07:05.740 --> 07:13.980] Francisco. I guess they're all blue aren't they? We're getting tons of homeless people [07:13.980 --> 07:20.460] of course because people have been tossed out of their homes. It's just one big mess [07:20.460 --> 07:31.020] here. It's just horrible. Why do the truck drivers not want to go into those cities? [07:31.020 --> 07:37.700] Because they're afraid that they might get beaten up or stopped or robbed or whatever. [07:37.700 --> 07:44.340] That's what I was told. They just don't feel safe. The truck drivers unions have said that [07:44.340 --> 07:52.580] they're not going to put their truck drivers anywhere where it's not safe for them to go. [07:52.580 --> 08:03.220] So is this what they call Whirlwind? Is this what they call what? The Whirlwind. They sowed [08:03.220 --> 08:11.940] in the wind and now they're reaping the Whirlwind. Yeah, I guess that's what you would call it. [08:11.940 --> 08:15.900] You can't blame them. I mean, look at Portland, Oregon, look at what happened with all the [08:15.900 --> 08:24.580] riots, the burning down in Seattle. They just cut off a portion of the city and said they're [08:24.580 --> 08:30.420] taking it over and the mayors just let them get away with it. I wouldn't go in those cities [08:30.420 --> 08:39.420] right now. Not at all. You wouldn't want to try that in Dallas or Fort Worth. I live [08:39.420 --> 08:49.100] in a small town north of Fort Worth and one of these groups was planning a march into the [08:49.100 --> 08:59.220] county seat and two days before somebody came out and set bricks all along the curbs. Well, [08:59.220 --> 09:04.580] all of the store owners went out and picked up those bricks, got out their weapons, locked [09:04.580 --> 09:10.620] and loaded. And when these guys marched into town, the street wasn't lined with bricks. [09:10.620 --> 09:19.340] It was lined with armed citizens. And the police were in the middle, binding their own [09:19.340 --> 09:26.780] business. They didn't have themselves a march through our town and we didn't get any windows [09:26.780 --> 09:34.540] broke out. They did not turn out to be quite so dedicated as it appeared. And we've had [09:34.540 --> 09:41.940] a number of places out here similar to that till they stopped trying that stuff out here. [09:41.940 --> 09:52.060] Well, they haven't stopped trying it in hours. Now, I do live in a smaller town, very democratic [09:52.060 --> 09:59.580] town, but we're sort of a little outside of the town itself. But I saw students from [09:59.580 --> 10:05.860] the local university, you know, about three or four weeks ago walking around town with [10:05.860 --> 10:12.380] big signs saying, all policemen are terrorists. Or all cops, they said, because they can't [10:12.380 --> 10:18.380] spell policemen, most of them. So he just used the short, all cops are terrorists. Yep. [10:18.380 --> 10:24.020] This is a student at, you know, at Cal Poly. I mean, this is a high end institution. It's [10:24.020 --> 10:29.980] a state one, but it's one of the hardest ones to get in in the country. And there they are [10:29.980 --> 10:43.900] just, you know, spouting this rhetoric. Well, I actually saw it in person because I was [10:43.900 --> 10:49.780] really shocked to see them carrying around this big sign downtown. No, I'm saying these [10:49.780 --> 10:54.300] students probably read on Facebook or something that all cops are terrorists. So then that [10:54.300 --> 11:03.660] must mean it's true. That and then probably their instructors are telling them. But yes, [11:03.660 --> 11:09.780] it's really sad. I mean, it's sad to see where we're going. But I did want to say something [11:09.780 --> 11:18.140] to everybody. You know, last week was Thanksgiving. You know, a lot of people didn't have Thanksgiving. [11:18.140 --> 11:25.660] And we couldn't because our lovely governor banned picnics at the beach. We were planning [11:25.660 --> 11:31.380] to have a social distance dinner at the beach. Nope, we couldn't do that. They're banned [11:31.380 --> 11:36.820] during COVID. Keep in mind, I have a party though, but I wanted to thank you guys every [11:36.820 --> 11:41.980] year. I think of what I'm really thankful for and the luxury that I can never give up. [11:41.980 --> 11:47.220] And that's hot water and a hot shower because there's many, many, many people in this world [11:47.220 --> 11:52.740] that don't have one. And I didn't have that luxury growing up. So I'm always grateful [11:52.740 --> 12:00.340] for it. But I want to say I'm also grateful for you guys for all the work you put in to [12:00.340 --> 12:07.740] try to help as many people as you can. And to give us somewhere to call in and voice [12:07.740 --> 12:14.780] our frustrations, ask questions, and just have some kind of support. It's rare to find [12:14.780 --> 12:21.620] it. And I for one, I'm very thankful. And I'm sure lots of your listeners are. And I'm [12:21.620 --> 12:27.220] talking, you know, both of you to Deborah, anyone who's joined the scenes, who's putting [12:27.220 --> 12:33.060] this together. I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there [12:33.060 --> 12:35.580] for so many of us. [12:35.580 --> 12:42.940] You are welcome. This is a, it has been a rewarding, I can't say it's an occupation [12:42.940 --> 12:52.820] because we don't get paid for it. But it has been a rewarding time for me. Whatever I have [12:52.820 --> 13:03.900] given out to anyone, I've got back many times over. So I get to, I'm getting older now and [13:03.900 --> 13:11.940] I get to look back on my life. And everybody when we get old, we look back and think, what [13:11.940 --> 13:19.740] we did we do in our lifetime to make things better for our children than they were for [13:19.740 --> 13:28.460] us. Well, I don't know if I made things better for my children. I think the problem was more [13:28.460 --> 13:35.900] overwhelming than one person, but I do get to look back and know that when someone says, [13:35.900 --> 13:42.500] wasn't anybody paying attention? Didn't anybody do anything? Yes, somebody did. And that's [13:42.500 --> 13:48.700] worth all the time I put into it. And all the time I spit in jail. It wasn't worth the [13:48.700 --> 13:53.700] brown recluse fight, but you take what you get. [13:53.700 --> 14:00.700] Yes. Well, I'm sure it means that I'm thankful. [14:00.700 --> 14:09.460] We have Scott on and Scott wanted to talk about all of these things that are going on. Now, [14:09.460 --> 14:21.260] the problem I have is in the news and in the popular media, there is absolutely nothing, [14:21.260 --> 14:28.540] not a word, not a peep. I would not have, if you had told me five years ago that this [14:28.540 --> 14:34.220] could happen, that all of the news media could be bought and paid for. I wouldn't have thought [14:34.220 --> 14:42.700] so. I wouldn't have believed it. But it appears to be happening. And over these years, we [14:42.700 --> 14:48.980] heard, we hear lots of stuff. You know, we've been hearing about the stacks of indictments [14:48.980 --> 14:56.460] that are coming down, that never come down. And we hear it over and over and over. All [14:56.460 --> 15:02.340] my time doing this, I've heard about generals that were about to rise up and take over the [15:02.340 --> 15:10.620] government, these outrageous stories, just over and over and over. It reminds me of Iraqi [15:10.620 --> 15:20.700] DNRs. Every week, the Iraqi DNR is going to explode in value, and it doesn't explode. [15:20.700 --> 15:25.260] And then next week, it's going to explode again. And I've been hearing this for about [15:25.260 --> 15:33.780] 20 years now. And people still listen to it. They still expect that somehow, magically, [15:33.780 --> 15:41.140] this is going to change. I was watching a program about World War II and the rise of [15:41.140 --> 15:51.020] the Nazis in the mid to late 30s. And I was taken with how similar that is to what we're [15:51.020 --> 16:00.860] seeing right now. So before I get too far off, if you want, I want to bring in Scott and [16:00.860 --> 16:08.660] have him talk about all of these things that we're hearing that we hope are true. Scott, [16:08.660 --> 16:17.580] are you there? Yeah, how are you doing this afternoon? I don't want to talk about it. I [16:17.580 --> 16:24.140] feel so sorry for me. But don't talk to my wife, because you don't feel sorry for me [16:24.140 --> 16:33.580] at all. But that's why I have to do it myself. Anyway, my voice is a little harsh, a little [16:33.580 --> 16:39.820] harsh. And that's because this poison's gotten down into my lungs. And I'm still having [16:39.820 --> 16:46.620] a little trouble with that. Anyway, you were going to talk about something, but you only [16:46.620 --> 16:54.580] got 15 seconds, so you blew it. Okay, we'll pick you up on the other side. Randy Calhoun, [16:54.580 --> 16:58.060] Brett Fountain, we'll be right back. [19:26.820 --> 19:54.780] Okay, we are back. This is the rule of law radio. Randy Kelton. I'm Brad Fountain. And [19:54.780 --> 20:00.900] we have Scott on the line this evening. Scott from Texas. Scott, tell us what is on your [20:00.900 --> 20:09.300] mind. Well, I thought it was kind of ironic that Randy was just talking about Hitler going [20:09.300 --> 20:18.220] back to that war and everything because a lot of this stuff seems to circle back in history [20:18.220 --> 20:25.020] and a lot of the history is repeating itself, which is blatantly obvious. And if you go back [20:25.020 --> 20:34.940] in history, you will find that Prescott Bush, which was Papa Bush's dad, Prescott Bush [20:34.940 --> 20:42.540] was funding Hitler along with the England crown. Wait, hold on. It wasn't Prescott. [20:42.540 --> 20:53.700] That was funding England. The uncle was funding the Germans. Well, they were brothers and [20:53.700 --> 21:00.500] one's on one side, one's on the other, setting the two against each other and both of them [21:00.500 --> 21:06.140] reaping profits. Well, then why did they create trading with the [21:06.140 --> 21:13.140] Enemies Act? And according, it was supposed to be kind of aimed at Prescott Bush. That's [21:13.140 --> 21:17.060] what I'd heard because we did create trading with the Enemies Act and it was because of [21:17.060 --> 21:25.700] the funding going towards Hitler and whatever. Okay, let me step back. What was okay, Prescott [21:25.700 --> 21:33.140] was one of them. Was he Bush's father or was he Bush's uncle? Bush's daddy. [21:33.140 --> 21:41.820] Okay, it's possible I was wrong, but I was pretty sure that his father was selling to [21:41.820 --> 21:46.020] the Brits and his uncle was selling to the Germans, but it could have been the other [21:46.020 --> 21:54.100] way around. I'll shut up now. Okay. And when that war ended, Hitler was [21:54.100 --> 21:59.740] supposedly defeated and killed, which that's even highly questionable now. In fact, there's [21:59.740 --> 22:04.220] even reports saying that he actually died in California, Northern California, but we'll [22:04.220 --> 22:11.420] set that aside. But when Operation Paperclip happened, when we basically took all those [22:11.420 --> 22:18.340] soldiers, the German scientists and everything from the Hitler regime, they brought them [22:18.340 --> 22:24.380] over in the Klandestine Operation, Operation Paperclip and they were divided into two [22:24.380 --> 22:32.300] groups and one went to the CIA and the other went to NASA and that's where Warnervon Braun [22:32.300 --> 22:40.980] started NASA. He was the rocket scientist for Hitler back then and CIA, they had their [22:40.980 --> 22:46.620] group come in into the CIA because they were doing the MK Ultra and the Mime Programming [22:46.620 --> 22:54.220] and all this other stuff. Well, the CIA was still pretty young back in the day and when [22:54.220 --> 23:02.140] it was originally being conglomerated together, there was the Office of Policy Coordination. [23:02.140 --> 23:07.220] That was what the Americans had back then, but it was a covert action group that was [23:07.220 --> 23:16.420] ran by Frank Weisner, a World War II paramilitary operator that went over into the CIA, which [23:16.420 --> 23:23.860] was eventually headed up by Alan Dulles, who was a Wall Street banker. Now, fast forward [23:23.860 --> 23:31.860] a little bit and to go to JFK. What was really interesting is we all know that JFK wanted [23:31.860 --> 23:39.060] to break the CIA up and smash them into a million pieces and scatter them into the wind. Well, [23:39.060 --> 23:48.860] while he was in there, he created this NSAM 57, National Security Authorization Memorandum [23:48.860 --> 24:01.380] 57, which takes the CIA from a clandestine operation and roll them, reduce their roll, [24:01.380 --> 24:07.060] roll them back underneath the DOD, Department of Defense, so that they're not actually [24:07.060 --> 24:14.180] in a operations mode. They're back to more just gathering intel. That was what they were [24:14.180 --> 24:19.020] supposed to do. That was their original intent or their scope of their office, was just to [24:19.020 --> 24:28.340] do intel. Now, you see how the Office of Policy Coordination morphed the CIA over into doing [24:28.340 --> 24:36.380] clandestine operation and started taking over. Once they did, now we see how that is turned [24:36.380 --> 24:47.700] into this rogue outfit. The reason that was interesting is because there was a guy, the [24:47.700 --> 24:52.860] dark journalist, he was the one that was doing some really good digging on some of this stuff. [24:52.860 --> 25:01.940] He wanted to look into Sidney Powell to see how her role is in all this. I didn't even [25:01.940 --> 25:08.860] know it, but Sidney Powell started out as an attorney here in Texas. She was a federal [25:08.860 --> 25:16.580] prosecutor, which overturned 70-plus federal cases all the way up to the Supreme Court level. [25:16.580 --> 25:25.220] She just happened to be one of the people to prosecute Woody Harrelson's dad. His name [25:25.220 --> 25:34.140] was Charles Harrelson. Charles Harrelson was a CIA operator that was in Dallas at the time [25:34.140 --> 25:44.380] of the JFK assassination. It's also reported that Bush Sr. was in Dallas at that same time. [25:44.380 --> 25:51.420] Charles Harrelson, he was working with this drug guy and he got busted and Woody Harrelson [25:51.420 --> 25:55.620] was the hit man because they were trying to take out a judge or something here in Texas. [25:55.620 --> 26:02.600] They got caught. Sidney Powell prosecuted him. The guy that was the drug dealer, he said [26:02.600 --> 26:11.540] over and over that Charles Harrelson admitted he shot JFK because we know that there were [26:11.540 --> 26:19.500] three shots fired that day. What was really interesting, I was watching a podcast one [26:19.500 --> 26:27.300] day and they were showing an actual clip of, I can't remember which news guy it was, but [26:27.300 --> 26:33.940] back then there was only three major stations. But this guy was actually telling everybody [26:33.940 --> 26:40.940] that JFK was shot from the back and you could see his head go down when everybody who saw [26:40.940 --> 26:48.140] this is a pruder film, which came out 10 years later that before people could actually see [26:48.140 --> 26:54.500] that he was shot in the head from the front and it went back. But it showed how the media [26:54.500 --> 27:01.820] back then was what they call gaslighting people. Gaslighting is just lying. So he was misleading [27:01.820 --> 27:09.540] the people back then and they covered it up for 10 years. But back to what is kind of [27:09.540 --> 27:20.660] going forward now is all this stuff has transpired and now you're seeing the corruption in the [27:20.660 --> 27:27.980] government at levels that I think Trump probably even underestimated himself. The reason I [27:27.980 --> 27:37.060] would say that is because the Georgia governor and the secretary of state are both Republicans [27:37.060 --> 27:43.580] and Trump was helping the governor get elected back in 2018, which now he openly admits he [27:43.580 --> 27:53.220] regrets even helping that guy. But now you're seeing a lot of these corrupt officials coming [27:53.220 --> 28:00.340] out in support of Biden. Not only that, you see our military leaders like Cole and Powell, [28:00.340 --> 28:07.620] even the Bushes came out and congratulated Biden. So you're seeing these alignments now [28:07.620 --> 28:16.220] of the New World Order globalist cabal and who are the players that's been secretly hiding, [28:16.220 --> 28:22.260] all these rhinos and all this stuff. But just to give you like General Milley, he came out [28:22.260 --> 28:28.940] and said Biden needs to take the America first out of the national security strategy. And [28:28.940 --> 28:35.420] you see Laura Ingram from Fox and she tells her viewers that they need to accept Biden [28:35.420 --> 28:43.020] as the president. Well, this really kicked off a lot of people. I've been ragging on [28:43.020 --> 28:48.140] Fox News for five years and now everybody's starting to catch up and see that they're [28:48.140 --> 28:58.860] a full propaganda arm of the globalist. But we'll move on past that. And so now all the [28:58.860 --> 29:05.260] investigations that are coming out, well, Sidney Powell made a comment to release the [29:05.260 --> 29:12.220] Kraken. And when I first heard it, I thought, well, that's kind of just some kind of metaphoric [29:12.220 --> 29:20.380] speaking type thing. But it turns out the Kraken is a DOD cyber warfare unit of the [29:20.380 --> 29:28.140] 305th military intelligence called the Kraken unit. And so they're the ones that are basically [29:28.140 --> 29:35.580] the white hat operators that are Kraken. A lot of this stuff that's going on. And I [29:35.580 --> 29:41.060] know we're fixing to go to break here in just a second. So I won't go into too many more [29:41.060 --> 29:47.540] things. And but when we get back, I want to tell you about the top 11 Pentagon officials [29:47.540 --> 29:53.460] that just got fired. So we'll be right back here in just a second. And the other one take [29:53.460 --> 30:01.740] us. Yep, we'll be right back. [30:01.740 --> 30:06.420] Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information, and you may trust them to keep it safe. But [30:06.420 --> 30:11.300] it turns out that even the most trusted companies may be unwittingly revealing your secrets. [30:11.300 --> 30:15.580] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with details. [30:15.580 --> 30:20.380] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back [30:20.380 --> 30:25.980] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:25.980 --> 30:32.140] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, [30:32.140 --> 30:37.260] it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, [30:37.260 --> 30:45.260] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage. [30:45.260 --> 30:50.020] Data privacy is a big deal. So nearly every company has a policy explaining how they handle [30:50.020 --> 30:54.780] your personal information. But what happens if it escapes their control? It's not an [30:54.780 --> 31:00.500] idle question. According to a recent survey, a shocking 90% of U.S. companies admit their [31:00.500 --> 31:05.500] security was breached by hackers in the last year. That's one more reason you should trust [31:05.500 --> 31:11.060] your searches to StartPage.com. Unlike other search engines, StartPage doesn't store any [31:11.060 --> 31:14.980] data on you. They've never been hacked, but even if they were, there would be nothing [31:14.980 --> 31:19.740] for criminals to see. The cupboard would be bare. Too bad other companies don't treat [31:19.740 --> 31:26.740] your data the same way. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:49.740 --> 31:53.460] I've looked into the evidence and believed there is more to the story. Bring justice [31:53.460 --> 31:59.180] to my son, my uncle, my nephew, my son. Go to buildingwatch.org. Why it fell, why it [31:59.180 --> 32:04.540] matters, and what you can do. Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law [32:04.540 --> 32:08.180] Traffic Seminar. In today's America, we live in an us against them society, and if we, [32:08.180 --> 32:11.380] the people, are ever going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand [32:11.380 --> 32:15.020] in and defend our own rights. Among those rights are the right to travel freely from [32:15.020 --> 32:18.380] place to place, the right to act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the [32:18.380 --> 32:22.540] right to due process of law. Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity [32:22.540 --> 32:26.900] to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. Former sheriff's deputy [32:26.900 --> 32:30.460] Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the most comprehensive [32:30.460 --> 32:34.060] teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process is and how to [32:34.060 --> 32:37.740] hold courts to the rule of law. You can get your own copy of this invaluable material [32:37.740 --> 32:42.140] by going to ruleoflawradio.com and ordering your copy today. [33:48.600 --> 34:02.840] All right, we are back. This is the rule of law radio. December 3rd, 2020. And we're [34:02.840 --> 34:10.280] here talking with Scott in Texas. Scott is sharing some information with us. Actually, [34:10.280 --> 34:14.840] there might be some corruption, some lies going on. Tell us some more, Scott. [34:14.840 --> 34:22.040] Well, let's pick back up with the General Flynn thing, because General Flynn we know [34:22.040 --> 34:30.080] got pardoned on Thanksgiving by Trump, who had been railroaded completely by this so-called [34:30.080 --> 34:38.760] judicial system that everybody knows is corrupt to the core. But the next day on Black Friday, [34:38.760 --> 34:46.160] Trump goes in and fires top 11 top Pentagon officials, Kissinger, Madeline Albright, [34:46.160 --> 34:51.560] and others. But those are the main ones that are, to me, stuck out because everybody's [34:51.560 --> 35:01.720] heard of these guys and they have a real nasty, they're just nasty people. Well, as [35:01.720 --> 35:09.720] I was reporting a couple, three weeks ago, how they've taken the votes, fractionalized [35:09.720 --> 35:16.640] the votes, and when the Secretary of State's got all that information, they were transmitting [35:16.640 --> 35:21.560] they were transmitting everything over the Internet to the servers, and these servers [35:21.560 --> 35:29.840] were held at Ramstein Air Force Base in Germany, and by the Dominion voting machine. So to [35:29.840 --> 35:36.760] get it straight, Dominion is the voting machine. Smartmatic is the backbone cloud, aka software. [35:36.760 --> 35:43.160] CIDL is the security, and all the hardware for all these machines came from China. So [35:43.160 --> 35:47.880] they had all these backdoors built in all over the place, and now there's reports coming [35:47.880 --> 35:57.200] out that a lot of countries were able to watch the votes in real time, and using scorecard [35:57.200 --> 36:05.840] and hammer, these programs that the CIA has used in elections in all these other countries [36:05.840 --> 36:13.240] overseas for years, that they were able to rig the elections using the scorecard and [36:13.240 --> 36:19.680] hammer. Well, they took that program and turned it on the American people and used it against [36:19.680 --> 36:28.560] us. Now, General McInerney, Lieutenant Colonel of the Air Force General, he's retired, General [36:28.560 --> 36:36.240] McInerney confirmed that the CIA server farm over in Germany was seized by Spec Ops, Delta [36:36.240 --> 36:45.480] Force soldiers, and the DIA, and there were soldiers killed in action, KIA on both sides. [36:45.480 --> 36:52.960] What he was basically outlining, it is our NSA and DIA that is going against the rogue [36:52.960 --> 37:00.400] CIA out of Langley, and Langley is supposed to be on a real short leash right now because [37:00.400 --> 37:06.360] so many people are hating on them right now for what they've been doing. Now, Trump knew [37:06.360 --> 37:12.920] about all this stuff, and I'm actually, there's chatter out there that this is just a huge [37:12.920 --> 37:20.320] steam operation, and it had to be exposed this way because nobody would believe the [37:20.320 --> 37:29.080] fraud that is this blatant and this arrogant. Trump gave a speech last night, which no mainstream [37:29.080 --> 37:33.920] media would pick up or air. It was about 40, almost 45 minutes long. I listened to the [37:33.920 --> 37:41.360] whole thing, and I tell you what, I have more respect for that man than for anybody that's [37:41.360 --> 37:45.360] from the north that I ever had before in my life, so I got to give a lot of credit to [37:45.360 --> 37:53.360] Trump for coming out there and really wanting to fire shots across the bow. They have it [37:53.360 --> 37:59.440] all. When they say they have it all, the White Hat hackers have all this information from [37:59.440 --> 38:09.640] via the NSA. Well, back in 2018, Trump signed in Executive Order 13-526, and Section 1.7 [38:09.640 --> 38:16.120] was the one that was really the one you'd want to pay attention to, because in no case [38:16.120 --> 38:23.480] shall information be classified to conceal a violation of law. In other words, they cannot [38:23.480 --> 38:31.120] classify information to cover up a crime. Now, that could be played right on down the road [38:31.120 --> 38:39.720] here, and there's a lot of talk now about straight up treason in this country. Now, [38:39.720 --> 38:47.120] when I say elections have been rigged for years, there was a report by Michelle Malkin [38:47.120 --> 38:51.560] that just came out a couple of days ago, and I didn't even tell Randy this one, you're [38:51.560 --> 39:00.480] going to like this. So, the Philippine elections have been rigged for 10 years, according to [39:00.480 --> 39:07.920] an attorney, Glenn Chang, who was over in the Philippines, and they had the same thing [39:07.920 --> 39:15.400] happen as what's going on with Trump right now. Certain people were leading by the end [39:15.400 --> 39:19.360] of the night, the next morning they wake up, and they all mysteriously were losing and [39:19.360 --> 39:24.680] lost their elections. Well, a lot of people in the Philippines started raising a lot of [39:24.680 --> 39:31.360] sand, and the guy for Smartmatic, the official for Smartmatic, because there were Smartmatic [39:31.360 --> 39:40.560] machines doing the election, was a Venezuelan-born Hadi Garcia, or Hadi Garcia. Once they started [39:40.560 --> 39:49.760] turning up, he left the country and ended up in Tarrant County, Texas, and he was made [39:49.760 --> 39:57.240] the election admin, which just happened to turn Tarrant County blue this year for the [39:57.240 --> 40:04.240] first time since 1964. Now, General Flynn- [40:04.240 --> 40:06.920] Just a coincidence, I'm sure. [40:06.920 --> 40:19.200] Oh, you know it. So, now, the good guys, the white hats, General McInerney and General [40:19.200 --> 40:28.360] Flynn now are actually calling for martial law to come in to start seizing all this stuff, [40:28.360 --> 40:34.040] because even though Sidney Powell and them had an injunction over in Georgia for them [40:34.040 --> 40:43.240] to seize the servers, somehow some servers just come up missing, and they've got pictures [40:43.240 --> 40:52.160] of these big shredder trucks outside the buildings that can destroy computers, hard drives, paper, [40:52.160 --> 40:59.440] everything. So, they're attempting to just erase and eliminate all the evidence in violation [40:59.440 --> 41:08.520] of court orders. So, these people are brazen to the point where it is out of control at [41:08.520 --> 41:17.880] this point, and people are starting to realize that Trump has to see this thing through now, [41:17.880 --> 41:25.120] because if he doesn't see this thing through, these people will come after him and his entire [41:25.120 --> 41:31.400] family, and they're talking about they'll probably kill them, because they do not want [41:31.400 --> 41:41.120] anybody to ever rise up and go against this deep state cabal as is in place right now. [41:41.120 --> 41:48.480] So, there is a whole lot of action going on underneath the currents. We have no idea what's [41:48.480 --> 41:54.240] going on. We are not going to hear about it. This is a media blackout, I was saying, three [41:54.240 --> 41:59.520] weeks ago. It was actually before then. It was probably about, in my opinion, it was [41:59.520 --> 42:06.240] at least a month before the election when it turned into a major media blackout, and [42:06.240 --> 42:14.040] it has not changed. A lot of talk is going to get much worse, because as the evidence [42:14.040 --> 42:23.320] starts coming out, Trump has to go on whatever platforms he can to get the information out. [42:23.320 --> 42:32.000] So, if all this starts going down kind of like the way it's looking, social media companies [42:32.000 --> 42:38.480] are going to almost shut down the internet, because there's too many people that are getting [42:38.480 --> 42:44.840] word around and all this other stuff. That's why Trump has already put in the emergency [42:44.840 --> 42:53.440] broadcast system and ran a test back in, what was it, like 2018? I think I got a text on [42:53.440 --> 42:59.960] my phone that the emergency broadcast system has been engaged. Well, if they go ahead and [42:59.960 --> 43:05.480] shut down the internet, then Trump will have to come and use the emergency broadcast system [43:05.480 --> 43:14.000] to start informing the people. And you could tell he was really concerned last night, because [43:14.000 --> 43:20.480] just the way that he was talking, these people aren't going to stop. And I don't think that [43:20.480 --> 43:27.600] they will stop. I think that they will burn down the house before they give it up, and [43:27.600 --> 43:36.960] they will take anybody out with them that they can. So, this is a major national security [43:36.960 --> 43:46.360] issue that has seen, we have never seen this before. We have crossed over into, we will [43:46.360 --> 43:51.720] never see anything like this for probably the rest of our lives, because this is going [43:51.720 --> 44:00.200] to have to get taken under control. And this is rural law radio, and we brought that. [44:00.200 --> 44:04.840] I love logos. Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. I'm [44:04.840 --> 44:08.840] so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. I need my truth pick. I'd be [44:08.840 --> 44:13.760] lost without logos, and I really want to help keep this network on the air. I'd love to [44:13.760 --> 44:17.280] volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite, and I really don't have any [44:17.280 --> 44:23.840] money to give, because I spent it all on supplements. How can I help logos? Well, I'm glad you asked. [44:23.840 --> 44:28.280] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help logos. But ordering your supplies [44:28.280 --> 44:34.280] or holiday gifts, first thing you do is clear your cookies. Now, go to LogosRadioNetwork.com. [46:22.280 --> 46:35.460] If you'd like to see more of our 1915 [46:35.460 --> 46:37.460] Somebody calls the police [46:37.460 --> 46:39.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [46:43.460 --> 46:45.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [46:49.460 --> 46:51.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [46:55.460 --> 46:57.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [46:57.460 --> 46:59.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [47:02.460 --> 47:04.460] The friction is in the section [47:04.460 --> 47:07.460] The hard work can leave you cold as nails [47:07.460 --> 47:10.460] Then it's hard to let you touch and crudely [47:10.460 --> 47:13.460] A heavy load of tape and I'm scared [47:13.460 --> 47:16.460] The time is colliding with the countess [47:16.460 --> 47:19.460] You find out after a while [47:19.460 --> 47:21.460] It's not your moral standard [47:21.460 --> 47:24.460] It's your patience that will drive [47:24.460 --> 47:26.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [47:30.460 --> 47:32.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [47:32.460 --> 47:40.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [48:02.460 --> 48:04.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [48:32.460 --> 48:34.460] Why don't the sparks fly? [49:03.460 --> 49:05.460] Let's just fast forward and say [49:05.460 --> 49:07.460] They go ahead and announce Trump the winner [49:07.460 --> 49:09.460] Now the Democrats go [49:09.460 --> 49:11.460] Crazy [49:11.460 --> 49:13.460] Well, Trump is already talking about [49:13.460 --> 49:16.460] He's bringing back the troops from Afghanistan [49:16.460 --> 49:18.460] And fortunately [49:18.460 --> 49:21.460] The new guy that he just brought in [49:21.460 --> 49:23.460] Oh, I can't remember [49:23.460 --> 49:25.460] I think it's Miller or something like this [49:25.460 --> 49:27.460] But they're the ones [49:27.460 --> 49:29.460] And this Watnit dude [49:29.460 --> 49:31.460] This is really interesting [49:31.460 --> 49:33.460] Where they have signed over [49:33.460 --> 49:35.460] Where the special forces [49:35.460 --> 49:38.460] Report directly to Trump [49:38.460 --> 49:40.460] And the guy that he just [49:40.460 --> 49:43.460] That he just replaced Esper with [49:43.460 --> 49:47.460] Is a green beret from Vietnam [49:47.460 --> 49:50.460] So that he's a battle-hardened dude [49:50.460 --> 49:54.460] And you know he's totally loyal to the Constitution [49:54.460 --> 49:56.460] And he's the one that's saying [49:56.460 --> 49:58.460] Yeah, we're bringing our boys home [49:58.460 --> 50:00.460] They're coming home now [50:00.460 --> 50:02.460] Let's just say that the left [50:02.460 --> 50:05.460] Pop off and try to go crazy on everybody [50:05.460 --> 50:07.460] Well, now he's going to have all our troops [50:07.460 --> 50:09.460] Back over here, a good majority of them [50:09.460 --> 50:11.460] So they could start tamping this down [50:11.460 --> 50:14.460] Because there's a lot of talk about [50:14.460 --> 50:16.460] Invoking the insurrection act [50:16.460 --> 50:18.460] I think it's 1804 [50:18.460 --> 50:20.460] Well, you know, they're always going to say [50:20.460 --> 50:22.460] Oh, Trump's a tyrant and all this stuff [50:22.460 --> 50:25.460] But the insurrection act was used by [50:25.460 --> 50:28.460] Bush Sr. during the [50:28.460 --> 50:30.460] Rodney King riot [50:30.460 --> 50:32.460] So it's not like this hasn't been [50:32.460 --> 50:34.460] Used recently [50:34.460 --> 50:36.460] So he'll be able to use that [50:36.460 --> 50:38.460] And really stomp down all these [50:38.460 --> 50:41.460] Riots and things going on in Portland [50:41.460 --> 50:45.460] And all these in the left coast cities [50:45.460 --> 50:48.460] So it's going to get real interesting [50:48.460 --> 50:52.460] But over this time [50:52.460 --> 50:56.460] It's going to get more and more [50:56.460 --> 50:58.460] Confusing for people [50:58.460 --> 51:00.460] Just like Brett was saying [51:00.460 --> 51:03.460] That people just hear this stuff [51:03.460 --> 51:06.460] On the TV and they think it's true [51:06.460 --> 51:09.460] But you can see that they've done videos [51:09.460 --> 51:12.460] Where they've screen captured videos [51:12.460 --> 51:14.460] Of all these news stations [51:14.460 --> 51:19.460] Periting the exact same message [51:19.460 --> 51:21.460] And we're talking like [51:21.460 --> 51:24.460] From Fox stations, from Florida [51:24.460 --> 51:27.460] To Texas, to the west coast [51:27.460 --> 51:30.460] And all these other different NBC, ABC [51:30.460 --> 51:33.460] All these stations are saying the exact same thing [51:33.460 --> 51:35.460] They have their talking points [51:35.460 --> 51:37.460] They have their megaphone [51:37.460 --> 51:40.460] And people have to really start [51:40.460 --> 51:43.460] Doing their own dissemination [51:43.460 --> 51:46.460] Of the facts and start weighing this stuff out [51:46.460 --> 51:48.460] You can't just listen to the news [51:48.460 --> 51:51.460] And think you're getting any kind of information [51:51.460 --> 51:55.460] This is Mockingbird Media on steroids right now [51:55.460 --> 51:59.460] This is pure propaganda brainwashing [51:59.460 --> 52:01.460] And you're going to be able to see [52:01.460 --> 52:04.460] Whose parroting information [52:04.460 --> 52:07.460] And they're not using any critical thinking skills [52:07.460 --> 52:09.460] At all, at all [52:09.460 --> 52:13.460] And the evidence is slowly coming out [52:13.460 --> 52:15.460] It's coming out and they're stomping it out [52:15.460 --> 52:17.460] Just all over the place [52:17.460 --> 52:19.460] Just like Project Veritas [52:19.460 --> 52:21.460] Had done that thing down in South Texas [52:21.460 --> 52:24.460] And if true, we have sitting judges [52:24.460 --> 52:28.460] That are buying votes in Texas right now [52:28.460 --> 52:29.460] This has been going on [52:29.460 --> 52:32.460] Just like this election dude over in Tarrant County [52:32.460 --> 52:35.460] Just happened to be rigging elections in the Philippines [52:35.460 --> 52:38.460] He bounced right out of there when the heat got turned up [52:38.460 --> 52:40.460] And came to Tarrant County, Texas [52:40.460 --> 52:43.460] So this is not... [52:43.460 --> 52:45.460] Go ahead [52:45.460 --> 52:48.460] I'd like to go back to something you just mentioned [52:48.460 --> 52:53.460] You were talking about having, I think you said [52:53.460 --> 52:56.460] The special ops are going to be reporting directly [52:56.460 --> 52:58.460] To the president [52:58.460 --> 52:59.460] Correct [52:59.460 --> 53:05.460] What do you think that says about Trump's confidence level [53:05.460 --> 53:09.460] That this is going to end up with him as the leader [53:09.460 --> 53:12.460] Because if it goes the other way [53:12.460 --> 53:15.460] And Biden is the one who's calling the shots [53:15.460 --> 53:19.460] For the special ops and wouldn't that... [53:19.460 --> 53:23.460] Don't you think that speaks to Trump's confidence level? [53:23.460 --> 53:28.460] No, because I think there's a lot of things that are going on [53:28.460 --> 53:30.460] Biden is not going to get in [53:30.460 --> 53:32.460] There is way too much fraud [53:32.460 --> 53:35.460] There's way too much corruption on his side [53:35.460 --> 53:36.460] Not only that [53:36.460 --> 53:39.460] But, you know, Trump said that they could go ahead [53:39.460 --> 53:45.460] Because the GSA lady that's doing this voting thing [53:45.460 --> 53:47.460] She was being threatened [53:47.460 --> 53:51.460] Her family, her dog was threatened [53:51.460 --> 53:54.460] So Trump said go ahead and start the transition [53:54.460 --> 53:57.460] Just to kind of get the heat off of her [53:57.460 --> 54:00.460] Because they were saying that they were going to kill her [54:00.460 --> 54:04.460] And she was freaking out really bad [54:04.460 --> 54:07.460] So he said, no, just go ahead and start it [54:07.460 --> 54:09.460] But by that... [54:09.460 --> 54:12.460] By her going ahead and starting that [54:12.460 --> 54:14.460] What did that really do? [54:14.460 --> 54:18.460] Well, technically it's supposed to free up like 50 million dollars [54:18.460 --> 54:20.460] To go towards the transition [54:20.460 --> 54:22.460] Also, though [54:22.460 --> 54:28.460] Now Biden has to disclose any foreign entanglements from him [54:28.460 --> 54:31.460] His family and anything like that [54:31.460 --> 54:35.460] And give full disclosure on everything [54:35.460 --> 54:37.460] That's a trash [54:37.460 --> 54:39.460] I'm sure he'll be honest, yeah [54:39.460 --> 54:41.460] Yeah, of course [54:41.460 --> 54:43.460] Yeah, but they got that laptop on Biden [54:43.460 --> 54:46.460] That's got all the evidence on there [54:46.460 --> 54:51.460] And that was some real shady stuff going on with this laptop [54:51.460 --> 54:53.460] Because from what I was hearing now [54:53.460 --> 54:55.460] It wasn't just one laptop [54:55.460 --> 54:57.460] There's three of them [54:57.460 --> 55:00.460] And how did he have two other laptops? [55:00.460 --> 55:02.460] They were from his business partners [55:02.460 --> 55:06.460] And from what was told, he stole those laptops [55:06.460 --> 55:09.460] And then he took them over to this computer place [55:09.460 --> 55:12.460] Almost to just have them stored [55:12.460 --> 55:14.460] And then I guess he forgot about them or something [55:14.460 --> 55:16.460] And the guy got curious [55:16.460 --> 55:20.460] He's like, why are these laptops been sitting around here for like a year? [55:20.460 --> 55:22.460] That's when he opened them up [55:22.460 --> 55:25.460] And found all the porn and the child porn [55:25.460 --> 55:28.460] And all this other entangling, all this stuff, right? [55:28.460 --> 55:31.460] And that's when he turned it over to the cops [55:31.460 --> 55:33.460] And the cops saw all this stuff [55:33.460 --> 55:35.460] And they were just freaking out [55:35.460 --> 55:36.460] They didn't know what to do [55:36.460 --> 55:40.460] In fact, I think if I remember correctly [55:40.460 --> 55:43.460] There was a bunch of cops that seen that [55:43.460 --> 55:45.460] I think there was like 10 cops so far [55:45.460 --> 55:51.460] That have mysteriously died after witnessing all that evidence [55:51.460 --> 55:53.460] I don't know if it's exactly 10 [55:53.460 --> 55:55.460] Maybe a little fewer [55:55.460 --> 55:57.460] I don't know, but anyway, cops are dead [55:57.460 --> 56:03.460] They were a first-hand witness at seeing the evidence on those laptops [56:03.460 --> 56:05.460] So by giving full disclosure there [56:05.460 --> 56:10.460] But what it also did is it circumvented special operation [56:10.460 --> 56:16.460] What it did is it took the CIA out from an operations unit [56:16.460 --> 56:20.460] Via this NSAM-57, which he just enacted now [56:20.460 --> 56:22.460] From President Kennedy [56:22.460 --> 56:27.460] And it took spec ops out of the CIA [56:27.460 --> 56:29.460] So that they could use them [56:29.460 --> 56:36.460] Almost like the CIA was going ahead and planning an assassination on Trump [56:36.460 --> 56:40.460] Now he took their operators away from him [56:40.460 --> 56:44.460] Reduced CIA's role, put them under DOD [56:44.460 --> 56:49.460] And now he's got special operations under his command [56:49.460 --> 56:56.460] So it sounds to me like he was subverting any type of assassination plot [56:56.460 --> 56:59.460] That CIA might be attempting on Trump [56:59.460 --> 57:05.460] Because we know that the CIA will assassinate a president now, would we? [57:05.460 --> 57:08.460] I mean, that's never happened before [57:08.460 --> 57:11.460] So that's what I'm saying [57:11.460 --> 57:17.460] There is so many things that are going on underneath the radar [57:17.460 --> 57:20.460] That we're not going to see [57:20.460 --> 57:24.460] And by people that are putting some of these pieces together [57:24.460 --> 57:27.460] I mean, it's a huge, huge puzzle [57:27.460 --> 57:31.460] And all you get is a little nugget here, a little nugget there [57:31.460 --> 57:35.460] So you're just having to put these pieces together [57:35.460 --> 57:40.460] And use whatever critical thinking skills you can to make sense out of all this stuff [57:40.460 --> 57:43.460] Because nothing is making sense [57:43.460 --> 57:48.460] Unless you get up at a 30,000-foot view and start looking down [57:48.460 --> 57:51.460] And seeing this from a different point of view [57:51.460 --> 57:55.460] And ignoring everything that comes across the mainstream media [57:55.460 --> 57:57.460] That's how I look at it [57:57.460 --> 58:00.460] What do y'all think? [58:00.460 --> 58:04.460] Well, I haven't ignored what came across the mainstream media [58:04.460 --> 58:07.460] Because I didn't listen to it [58:07.460 --> 58:13.460] Every time I turned it on, it was just too frustrating [58:13.460 --> 58:17.460] It was so obviously biased [58:17.460 --> 58:22.460] Even if I was a Democrat, I had critical thinking skills [58:22.460 --> 58:24.460] And I would be frustrated with that [58:24.460 --> 58:29.460] Because it's so clearly and obviously trying to manipulate our opinions [58:29.460 --> 58:33.460] That I was offended by it [58:33.460 --> 58:37.460] And I suspect a lot of Democrats will be the same [58:37.460 --> 58:40.460] Hang on, about to go to our sponsors [58:40.460 --> 58:48.460] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rudola Radio, our call-in [01:01:15.460 --> 01:01:17.460] Have been dropping marijuana possession charges [01:01:17.460 --> 01:01:19.460] And even refusing to file new ones [01:01:19.460 --> 01:01:21.460] Since they are stipulating that they do not have the time [01:01:21.460 --> 01:01:24.460] Or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC [01:01:24.460 --> 01:01:27.460] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney [01:01:27.460 --> 01:01:29.460] Announced earlier this month that she was dismissing [01:01:29.460 --> 01:01:32.460] 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases [01:01:32.460 --> 01:01:35.460] Because of the law, Mr. Abbott and other state officials [01:01:35.460 --> 01:01:37.460] Including the Attorney General stipulated in a letter [01:01:37.460 --> 01:01:39.460] To county district attorneys back on Thursday [01:01:39.460 --> 01:01:42.460] That marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas [01:01:42.460 --> 01:01:45.460] And that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding [01:01:45.460 --> 01:01:47.460] Of how HB 1325 works [01:01:47.460 --> 01:01:50.460] As well as other cities too, like the district attorney [01:01:50.460 --> 01:01:54.460] In El Paso, Cayma Esparza, a Democrat [01:01:54.460 --> 01:01:56.460] Who also stated earlier this month that [01:01:56.460 --> 01:01:58.460] The law, quote, will not have an effect [01:01:58.460 --> 01:02:01.460] On the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso [01:02:01.460 --> 01:02:03.460] However, the issue was succinctly summarized [01:02:03.460 --> 01:02:06.460] By Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [01:02:06.460 --> 01:02:08.460] In Harris County, who stated that, quote, [01:02:08.460 --> 01:02:11.460] The law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal [01:02:11.460 --> 01:02:13.460] Based on its chemical makeup [01:02:13.460 --> 01:02:15.460] It's important that if someone is charged with something [01:02:15.460 --> 01:02:18.460] The test matches what they're charged with [01:02:22.460 --> 01:02:24.460] A paper by Tulane University identified [01:02:24.460 --> 01:02:27.460] A five and a half inch American pocket shark [01:02:27.460 --> 01:02:29.460] As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico [01:02:29.460 --> 01:02:32.460] The specimen being only the second pocket shark [01:02:32.460 --> 01:02:34.460] Ever captured or recorded [01:02:34.460 --> 01:02:37.460] With the other one being found way back in 1979 [01:02:37.460 --> 01:02:39.460] In the East Pacific Ocean [01:02:39.460 --> 01:02:41.460] According to the university paper, the shark [01:02:41.460 --> 01:02:43.460] Secretes a luminous fluid from a gland [01:02:43.460 --> 01:02:45.460] Near its front fins [01:02:45.460 --> 01:02:48.460] For the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey [01:02:48.460 --> 01:02:50.460] Who may be drawn into the glow [01:02:53.460 --> 01:02:55.460] This is Wolf Roadie with your lowdown [01:02:55.460 --> 01:02:59.460] For July 1st, 2019 [01:03:26.460 --> 01:03:28.460] How are we sad? [01:03:30.460 --> 01:03:32.460] Okay, we are back [01:03:32.460 --> 01:03:35.460] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Will LaRail [01:03:35.460 --> 01:03:37.460] And Scott dropped off [01:03:37.460 --> 01:03:39.460] We do have a first time caller [01:03:39.460 --> 01:03:42.460] We're going to go to Ron in Texas [01:03:42.460 --> 01:03:46.460] Hello, Ron, what do you have for us today? [01:03:46.460 --> 01:03:49.460] Hi, is this Randy? [01:03:49.460 --> 01:03:51.460] Yes, it is [01:03:51.460 --> 01:03:54.460] Okay, yes, I'm calling in to report several things [01:03:54.460 --> 01:03:57.460] One thing is, I believe they were using [01:03:57.460 --> 01:04:00.460] Those Dominion machines in Grayson County [01:04:00.460 --> 01:04:02.460] I looked at the machines online [01:04:02.460 --> 01:04:04.460] And the ones that I could see online [01:04:04.460 --> 01:04:06.460] Were the same type of machines [01:04:06.460 --> 01:04:09.460] A big black box that you see the ballot in [01:04:09.460 --> 01:04:11.460] From the top side [01:04:11.460 --> 01:04:14.460] Four years ago, I reported voter fraud [01:04:14.460 --> 01:04:16.460] In Grayson County off of 503 [01:04:16.460 --> 01:04:19.460] Here in Denison, Texas [01:04:19.460 --> 01:04:21.460] I went and voted for Trump [01:04:21.460 --> 01:04:24.460] And I watched my vote change [01:04:24.460 --> 01:04:26.460] Right before my eyes [01:04:26.460 --> 01:04:28.460] If I had not checked that on the electronic ballot [01:04:28.460 --> 01:04:30.460] They would have flipped my vote [01:04:30.460 --> 01:04:32.460] For someone else right there [01:04:32.460 --> 01:04:34.460] And I had them come over and fix that [01:04:34.460 --> 01:04:36.460] And it double-checked that [01:04:36.460 --> 01:04:38.460] And so this time, I'm not so sure [01:04:38.460 --> 01:04:40.460] That they didn't flip my vote again [01:04:40.460 --> 01:04:42.460] I can't seem to get anybody to respond [01:04:42.460 --> 01:04:45.460] To tell me where I could go online [01:04:45.460 --> 01:04:47.460] To see what my ballot is [01:04:47.460 --> 01:04:50.460] I voted straight Republican [01:04:50.460 --> 01:04:52.460] Except for John Cornyn [01:04:52.460 --> 01:04:54.460] So I know how I voted [01:04:54.460 --> 01:04:56.460] But I got a hold of the people here [01:04:56.460 --> 01:04:58.460] In Sherman, Texas [01:04:58.460 --> 01:05:00.460] And they're swearing up and down [01:05:00.460 --> 01:05:02.460] Oh, no, those machines are not owned [01:05:02.460 --> 01:05:04.460] By Dominion software [01:05:04.460 --> 01:05:06.460] And they're kept in a warehouse [01:05:06.460 --> 01:05:08.460] I've been in touch with Sidney Powell [01:05:08.460 --> 01:05:10.460] For over a year now [01:05:10.460 --> 01:05:12.460] Trying to get some help on that [01:05:12.460 --> 01:05:14.460] So she's aware of it [01:05:14.460 --> 01:05:16.460] I'm also in touch with Shelly Luther [01:05:16.460 --> 01:05:18.460] She's aware of it [01:05:18.460 --> 01:05:20.460] She's aware that she will open up [01:05:20.460 --> 01:05:22.460] A federal investigation on Grayson County [01:05:22.460 --> 01:05:24.460] In North Texas [01:05:24.460 --> 01:05:26.460] It is so corrupt here [01:05:26.460 --> 01:05:28.460] Second point, my son was arrested [01:05:28.460 --> 01:05:30.460] For walking down the street [01:05:30.460 --> 01:05:32.460] By Grayson County Sheriff's Department [01:05:32.460 --> 01:05:34.460] Here [01:05:34.460 --> 01:05:36.460] He was pulled over on foot [01:05:36.460 --> 01:05:38.460] They asked him, Will, we have a [01:05:38.460 --> 01:05:40.460] Health-concerned check on you [01:05:40.460 --> 01:05:42.460] Somebody called in on [01:05:42.460 --> 01:05:44.460] Were they're concerned about you [01:05:44.460 --> 01:05:46.460] My son said, I'm fine [01:05:46.460 --> 01:05:48.460] Can you give me a ride the wrong way [01:05:48.460 --> 01:05:50.460] I'm 30 miles from Denison [01:05:50.460 --> 01:05:52.460] Can you give me a ride to Denison [01:05:52.460 --> 01:05:54.460] The cop said, No, we don't give people rides [01:05:54.460 --> 01:05:56.460] And he said, Well, I'd like to search you [01:05:56.460 --> 01:05:58.460] And my son exerted [01:05:58.460 --> 01:06:00.460] His Fourth Amendment rights [01:06:00.460 --> 01:06:02.460] And said, Look, I'm fine [01:06:02.460 --> 01:06:04.460] I've already told you I'm fine [01:06:04.460 --> 01:06:06.460] I'd like to proceed [01:06:06.460 --> 01:06:08.460] I don't understand why you're trying to search me [01:06:08.460 --> 01:06:10.460] If you're not going to give me a ride [01:06:10.460 --> 01:06:12.460] I need to go ahead and keep on walking [01:06:12.460 --> 01:06:14.460] Because I'm a long way from home [01:06:14.460 --> 01:06:16.460] Stalled him out [01:06:16.460 --> 01:06:18.460] Which is at Grayson County Sheriff [01:06:18.460 --> 01:06:20.460] Excuse me [01:06:20.460 --> 01:06:22.460] Stalled him out [01:06:22.460 --> 01:06:24.460] Forced him to be searched [01:06:24.460 --> 01:06:26.460] Put him in handcuffs and put him in the back of this car [01:06:26.460 --> 01:06:28.460] For no reason, searched his bag [01:06:28.460 --> 01:06:30.460] And arrested him for some trash [01:06:30.460 --> 01:06:32.460] That my son had picked up off the side of the road [01:06:32.460 --> 01:06:34.460] You know, we were taught [01:06:34.460 --> 01:06:36.460] To keep America and Texas clean [01:06:36.460 --> 01:06:38.460] And pick up any kind of trash that we see [01:06:38.460 --> 01:06:40.460] On the side of the road [01:06:40.460 --> 01:06:42.460] You can pick it up [01:06:42.460 --> 01:06:44.460] And throw it away [01:06:46.460 --> 01:06:48.460] What was the nature of the trash [01:06:48.460 --> 01:06:50.460] That gave the officer grounds [01:06:50.460 --> 01:06:52.460] To arrest? [01:06:52.460 --> 01:06:54.460] Okay, it was a plastic [01:06:54.460 --> 01:06:56.460] My son said it was a plastic [01:06:56.460 --> 01:06:58.460] Sun baked tube [01:06:58.460 --> 01:07:00.460] He didn't know what it was [01:07:00.460 --> 01:07:02.460] He couldn't even tell what was in the tube [01:07:02.460 --> 01:07:04.460] Lines up being melted candy [01:07:04.460 --> 01:07:06.460] Which was gummy bears [01:07:06.460 --> 01:07:08.460] And an old baked cartridge [01:07:08.460 --> 01:07:10.460] So they charged him [01:07:10.460 --> 01:07:12.460] Two felony counts [01:07:12.460 --> 01:07:14.460] Ran his bond up to $12,500 [01:07:14.460 --> 01:07:16.460] Said that he had THC [01:07:16.460 --> 01:07:18.460] Well, I know for a fact [01:07:18.460 --> 01:07:20.460] That they can't test for THC [01:07:20.460 --> 01:07:22.460] Especially in a squad car [01:07:22.460 --> 01:07:24.460] And I asked the detectives [01:07:24.460 --> 01:07:26.460] I said, what do you think [01:07:26.460 --> 01:07:28.460] That this is? [01:07:28.460 --> 01:07:30.460] And he said, well, the first [01:07:30.460 --> 01:07:32.460] Detective told me black car heroin [01:07:32.460 --> 01:07:34.460] And I just laughed [01:07:34.460 --> 01:07:36.460] I said, what are you talking about? [01:07:36.460 --> 01:07:38.460] I said, first of all, my son didn't [01:07:38.460 --> 01:07:40.460] Have any money [01:07:40.460 --> 01:07:42.460] He couldn't have bought anything like this [01:07:42.460 --> 01:07:44.460] He told me that he picked this up [01:07:44.460 --> 01:07:46.460] Off the side of the road [01:07:46.460 --> 01:07:48.460] He didn't even know what it was [01:07:48.460 --> 01:07:50.460] What has happened to the melted candy [01:07:50.460 --> 01:07:52.460] That was in the bottom of this tube [01:07:52.460 --> 01:07:54.460] And they said, well, they threw that out [01:07:54.460 --> 01:07:56.460] And they kept a syringe [01:07:56.460 --> 01:07:58.460] And a spent baked cartridge [01:07:58.460 --> 01:08:00.460] And I said, did this syringe have a needle on it? [01:08:00.460 --> 01:08:02.460] They said, no, not that type of syringe [01:08:02.460 --> 01:08:04.460] And I said, well, do you think [01:08:04.460 --> 01:08:06.460] That somebody's cancer medication [01:08:06.460 --> 01:08:08.460] That was thrown out or [01:08:08.460 --> 01:08:10.460] Don't you think this is trash? [01:08:10.460 --> 01:08:12.460] They said, we don't know [01:08:12.460 --> 01:08:14.460] And I said, how do you test [01:08:14.460 --> 01:08:16.460] I said, how can you tell me the difference [01:08:16.460 --> 01:08:18.460] Between a gummy bear [01:08:18.460 --> 01:08:20.460] And a gummy bear that might have [01:08:20.460 --> 01:08:22.460] CBD oil in it or THC oil [01:08:22.460 --> 01:08:24.460] And the cop said, I don't have any [01:08:24.460 --> 01:08:26.460] There's no way to tell [01:08:26.460 --> 01:08:28.460] You can't tell the difference [01:08:28.460 --> 01:08:30.460] And I said, well, how can they say [01:08:30.460 --> 01:08:32.460] That it had THC in it and not [01:08:32.460 --> 01:08:34.460] CBD oil, especially if it was [01:08:34.460 --> 01:08:36.460] THC in this time [01:08:36.460 --> 01:08:38.460] And how do they test this [01:08:38.460 --> 01:08:40.460] Baked cartridge [01:08:40.460 --> 01:08:42.460] He said, we smell them [01:08:42.460 --> 01:08:44.460] And I just laughed [01:08:44.460 --> 01:08:46.460] Because I don't know [01:08:46.460 --> 01:08:48.460] I'm sorry, go ahead [01:08:48.460 --> 01:08:50.460] Do they have training [01:08:50.460 --> 01:08:52.460] In smelling? [01:08:52.460 --> 01:08:54.460] What does THP [01:08:54.460 --> 01:08:56.460] smell like? [01:08:56.460 --> 01:08:58.460] Okay, I'm listening [01:08:58.460 --> 01:09:00.460] to this [01:09:00.460 --> 01:09:02.460] And you're talking to [01:09:02.460 --> 01:09:04.460] Who [01:09:04.460 --> 01:09:06.460] Have an agenda [01:09:06.460 --> 01:09:08.460] You can't reason with these guys [01:09:08.460 --> 01:09:10.460] That's a waste of time [01:09:10.460 --> 01:09:12.460] You don't have to ask the questions [01:09:12.460 --> 01:09:14.460] Because they have their ridiculous answers [01:09:14.460 --> 01:09:16.460] Well, if you don't have it [01:09:16.460 --> 01:09:18.460] Recorded [01:09:18.460 --> 01:09:20.460] They will lie [01:09:20.460 --> 01:09:22.460] Like dogs [01:09:22.460 --> 01:09:24.460] My son asked them to turn [01:09:24.460 --> 01:09:26.460] On the body cam for their safety [01:09:26.460 --> 01:09:28.460] And for his safety because he was scared of them [01:09:28.460 --> 01:09:30.460] He's afraid of the police here [01:09:30.460 --> 01:09:32.460] For good reason, they have railroaded my family [01:09:32.460 --> 01:09:34.460] And so he [01:09:34.460 --> 01:09:36.460] Asked them to put the camera on [01:09:36.460 --> 01:09:38.460] And he believes that the camera [01:09:38.460 --> 01:09:40.460] From the police car captured [01:09:40.460 --> 01:09:42.460] All of what they [01:09:42.460 --> 01:09:44.460] Searched out of his bag [01:09:44.460 --> 01:09:46.460] They dumped his backpack out on the hood of the car [01:09:46.460 --> 01:09:48.460] And he told [01:09:48.460 --> 01:09:50.460] Mr. Look, this was [01:09:50.460 --> 01:09:52.460] Something I picked up off the side [01:09:52.460 --> 01:09:54.460] Of the road, it was sun baked [01:09:54.460 --> 01:09:56.460] You could tell it laid out in the sun for [01:09:56.460 --> 01:09:58.460] Probably all summer long out there [01:09:58.460 --> 01:10:00.460] They picked up the track shift here [01:10:00.460 --> 01:10:02.460] So [01:10:02.460 --> 01:10:04.460] The only way you're going to do [01:10:04.460 --> 01:10:06.460] Any good here is to go after them [01:10:06.460 --> 01:10:08.460] They want to come after you [01:10:08.460 --> 01:10:10.460] You go after them [01:10:10.460 --> 01:10:12.460] Did they take [01:10:12.460 --> 01:10:14.460] Your son [01:10:14.460 --> 01:10:16.460] Directly to the nearest [01:10:16.460 --> 01:10:18.460] Magistrate [01:10:18.460 --> 01:10:20.460] They took him into [01:10:20.460 --> 01:10:22.460] Grayson County Sheriff's [01:10:22.460 --> 01:10:24.460] Department arrested him [01:10:24.460 --> 01:10:26.460] He was [01:10:26.460 --> 01:10:28.460] Had to bond him out for [01:10:28.460 --> 01:10:30.460] $12,500 [01:10:30.460 --> 01:10:32.460] They waited a year to indict him [01:10:32.460 --> 01:10:34.460] We tried to contact attorney after [01:10:34.460 --> 01:10:36.460] Attorney [01:10:36.460 --> 01:10:38.460] Wait, hold on [01:10:38.460 --> 01:10:40.460] Did they take [01:10:40.460 --> 01:10:42.460] No [01:10:42.460 --> 01:10:44.460] Actually [01:10:46.460 --> 01:10:48.460] They eliminated [01:10:48.460 --> 01:10:50.460] The [01:10:50.460 --> 01:10:52.460] Speedy Trial Act [01:10:52.460 --> 01:10:54.460] Completely, that's a long story [01:10:54.460 --> 01:10:56.460] They did that [01:10:56.460 --> 01:10:58.460] But technically, yes, they only have [01:10:58.460 --> 01:11:00.460] 180 days. That is a federal issue [01:11:00.460 --> 01:11:02.460] They can't get around [01:11:02.460 --> 01:11:04.460] But none of it will matter if you don't take them on [01:11:04.460 --> 01:11:06.460] Well, let me explain [01:11:06.460 --> 01:11:08.460] Hold on [01:11:08.460 --> 01:11:10.460] Have you [01:11:10.460 --> 01:11:12.460] Looked in the court record [01:11:14.460 --> 01:11:16.460] I have not [01:11:16.460 --> 01:11:18.460] I am being evicted right now [01:11:18.460 --> 01:11:20.460] As I'm talking to you [01:11:20.460 --> 01:11:22.460] They have filed eviction notice on me [01:11:22.460 --> 01:11:24.460] This is political persecution going [01:11:24.460 --> 01:11:26.460] On in Grayson County [01:11:26.460 --> 01:11:28.460] Who has filed an eviction notice? [01:11:28.460 --> 01:11:30.460] My landlord [01:11:30.460 --> 01:11:32.460] Which is Jason and Jonathan Earnhardt [01:11:32.460 --> 01:11:34.460] They have the city contract [01:11:34.460 --> 01:11:36.460] In venison, Texas [01:11:36.460 --> 01:11:38.460] So they think they own the town [01:11:38.460 --> 01:11:40.460] And they have filed eviction notice [01:11:40.460 --> 01:11:42.460] I'm injured, they know damn well [01:11:42.460 --> 01:11:44.460] That I'm injured, they know that both of us lost [01:11:44.460 --> 01:11:46.460] Our jobs due to this COVID [01:11:46.460 --> 01:11:48.460] And they have filed [01:11:48.460 --> 01:11:50.460] Eviction notice on me [01:11:50.460 --> 01:11:52.460] Up here in court [01:11:52.460 --> 01:11:54.460] On December 8th here [01:11:54.460 --> 01:11:56.460] If I don't show up in court [01:11:56.460 --> 01:11:58.460] They tell me they will come out here [01:11:58.460 --> 01:12:00.460] And physically throw me to the street [01:12:00.460 --> 01:12:02.460] And remove all my belongings [01:12:02.460 --> 01:12:04.460] Which is 1,300 square foot of belongings [01:12:04.460 --> 01:12:06.460] In a building here in venison, texas [01:12:06.460 --> 01:12:08.460] Okay [01:12:08.460 --> 01:12:10.460] Finally [01:12:10.460 --> 01:12:12.460] bankruptcy chapter 7 [01:12:12.460 --> 01:12:14.460] We'll explain to you how to do that [01:12:14.460 --> 01:12:16.460] That will throw the brakes on for [01:12:16.460 --> 01:12:18.460] A year or two [01:12:18.460 --> 01:12:20.460] I have no money [01:12:20.460 --> 01:12:22.460] I have very little bit of money [01:12:22.460 --> 01:12:24.460] You don't need money to file a [01:12:24.460 --> 01:12:26.460] bankruptcy [01:12:26.460 --> 01:12:28.460] Oh [01:12:28.460 --> 01:12:30.460] Well then I've been lied to again [01:12:30.460 --> 01:12:32.460] Because I tried to file bankruptcy before [01:12:32.460 --> 01:12:34.460] And they said, oh no, you need $11,000 [01:12:34.460 --> 01:12:36.460] To file bankruptcy [01:12:36.460 --> 01:12:38.460] Who told you that? [01:12:38.460 --> 01:12:40.460] Must have been an attorney [01:12:40.460 --> 01:12:42.460] Wasn't an attorney who told you that? [01:12:42.460 --> 01:12:44.460] Yes sir, and I'll tell you [01:12:44.460 --> 01:12:46.460] Oh good, sue the attorney for malpractice [01:12:46.460 --> 01:12:48.460] And bar grieving [01:12:48.460 --> 01:12:50.460] This gets better [01:12:50.460 --> 01:12:52.460] I hired this attorney [01:12:52.460 --> 01:12:54.460] To bury my mother [01:12:54.460 --> 01:12:56.460] My mother passed away in 2010 [01:12:56.460 --> 01:12:58.460] His name is Samuel Bonnie out of Dallas, Texas [01:12:58.460 --> 01:13:00.460] Nobody [01:13:00.460 --> 01:13:02.460] Had any money in my family [01:13:02.460 --> 01:13:04.460] Because our stepbrothers had sued us [01:13:04.460 --> 01:13:06.460] For the estate [01:13:06.460 --> 01:13:08.460] They were trying to break [01:13:08.460 --> 01:13:10.460] The will up [01:13:10.460 --> 01:13:12.460] Because my stepfather [01:13:12.460 --> 01:13:14.460] Was trying to sell his company and divide [01:13:14.460 --> 01:13:16.460] And give us all a part of the money [01:13:16.460 --> 01:13:18.460] Of a $5.6 million [01:13:18.460 --> 01:13:20.460] Company out of Houston, Texas [01:13:20.460 --> 01:13:22.460] By the name of Piranha Infecticide [01:13:22.460 --> 01:13:24.460] My stepfather [01:13:24.460 --> 01:13:26.460] Was XCIA [01:13:26.460 --> 01:13:28.460] Also that we found out [01:13:28.460 --> 01:13:30.460] So this is dirty as it gets [01:13:30.460 --> 01:13:32.460] This is blood money to the highest degree [01:13:32.460 --> 01:13:34.460] At any rate, they said [01:13:34.460 --> 01:13:36.460] When my mother passed away [01:13:36.460 --> 01:13:38.460] They were suing her [01:13:38.460 --> 01:13:40.460] They basically sued her to death [01:13:40.460 --> 01:13:42.460] And Dallas, Texas used an attorney [01:13:42.460 --> 01:13:44.460] In Dallas, Texas [01:13:44.460 --> 01:13:46.460] And I said, well now maybe they'll just get off of our back [01:13:46.460 --> 01:13:48.460] Since they murdered our mother [01:13:48.460 --> 01:13:50.460] And my brother said [01:13:50.460 --> 01:13:52.460] Oh no, no they're not [01:13:52.460 --> 01:13:54.460] They're going to sue all of us now [01:13:54.460 --> 01:13:56.460] And I said, what are you talking about and for what [01:13:56.460 --> 01:13:58.460] He said, they're suing us for the estate [01:13:58.460 --> 01:14:00.460] And they're going to block this will [01:14:00.460 --> 01:14:02.460] From going through to keep us [01:14:02.460 --> 01:14:04.460] From getting our inheritance [01:14:04.460 --> 01:14:06.460] And they said, if you lose this [01:14:06.460 --> 01:14:08.460] You'll owe them $150,000 [01:14:08.460 --> 01:14:10.460] So I sold something [01:14:10.460 --> 01:14:12.460] That my mother had purchased for me [01:14:12.460 --> 01:14:14.460] Which is an older guitar [01:14:14.460 --> 01:14:16.460] And I got enough money to pay this Samuel Bonnie [01:14:16.460 --> 01:14:18.460] Guy had stepped in to help [01:14:18.460 --> 01:14:20.460] Because all the bankers [01:14:20.460 --> 01:14:22.460] All the attorneys that [01:14:22.460 --> 01:14:24.460] Swore up and down that they would help my parents [01:14:24.460 --> 01:14:26.460] Or help us in the event of death [01:14:26.460 --> 01:14:28.460] They all backed away from the case [01:14:28.460 --> 01:14:30.460] Because my stepbrothers [01:14:30.460 --> 01:14:32.460] Out of Houston sued us [01:14:32.460 --> 01:14:34.460] And they threatened to sue the bank [01:14:34.460 --> 01:14:36.460] And so when they threatened to sue the bank [01:14:36.460 --> 01:14:38.460] The bankers caved [01:14:38.460 --> 01:14:40.460] In immediately and said, we don't want any part of this [01:14:40.460 --> 01:14:42.460] We're out of this [01:14:42.460 --> 01:14:44.460] You have to all think for yourself [01:14:44.460 --> 01:14:46.460] And go get an attorney [01:14:46.460 --> 01:14:48.460] Well, it bankrupted our family [01:14:48.460 --> 01:14:50.460] So I have this Samuel Bonnie guy [01:14:50.460 --> 01:14:52.460] To be the estate attorney [01:14:52.460 --> 01:14:54.460] And this is a nightmare [01:14:54.460 --> 01:14:56.460] I mean a complete nightmare [01:14:56.460 --> 01:14:58.460] Okay, wait, wait, we're not going to have time [01:14:58.460 --> 01:15:00.460] For the whole story [01:15:00.460 --> 01:15:02.460] Just go as quickly as you can to the point [01:15:02.460 --> 01:15:04.460] We're going to run out of time [01:15:04.460 --> 01:15:06.460] Okay, well basically [01:15:06.460 --> 01:15:08.460] When I ran me off my own property [01:15:08.460 --> 01:15:10.460] I asked for ten acres [01:15:10.460 --> 01:15:12.460] To keep with the original property [01:15:12.460 --> 01:15:14.460] That belonged to my mother [01:15:14.460 --> 01:15:16.460] They denied me and ran me around [01:15:16.460 --> 01:15:18.460] In circles and ran my bill up [01:15:18.460 --> 01:15:20.460] And my family turned on me [01:15:20.460 --> 01:15:22.460] And essentially I've been thrown out [01:15:22.460 --> 01:15:24.460] Off my own property [01:15:24.460 --> 01:15:26.460] They said that you can't keep ten acres [01:15:26.460 --> 01:15:28.460] Of your own land, you don't own it [01:15:28.460 --> 01:15:30.460] You can't keep it [01:15:30.460 --> 01:15:32.460] So basically [01:15:32.460 --> 01:15:34.460] They blackmailed us out of our inheritance [01:15:34.460 --> 01:15:36.460] Okay, wait a 01:34:18.460] We will go through a chapter 7 bankruptcy [01:34:18.460 --> 01:34:20.460] I got a guy come to me [01:34:20.460 --> 01:34:22.460] They are going to be victim at 10 o'clock [01:34:22.460 --> 01:34:24.460] The next morning [01:34:24.460 --> 01:34:26.460] So I told him [01:34:26.460 --> 01:34:28.460] Be at the court at 9 o'clock [01:34:28.460 --> 01:34:30.460] When it opens [01:34:30.460 --> 01:34:34.460] The federal clerks have been ordered [01:34:34.460 --> 01:34:36.460] To help prosecute litigants [01:34:36.460 --> 01:34:38.460] If you've ever been in a [01:34:38.460 --> 01:34:40.460] You've been in court [01:34:40.460 --> 01:34:42.460] You've been fought tickets and stuff [01:34:42.460 --> 01:34:46.460] You feel like the courts will just railroad you [01:34:46.460 --> 01:34:48.460] You go to the federal bankruptcy court [01:34:48.460 --> 01:34:50.460] And you will be amazed at how friendly [01:34:50.460 --> 01:34:52.460] And how helpful they are [01:34:52.460 --> 01:34:54.460] This kid was there at 9 o'clock [01:34:54.460 --> 01:34:56.460] At 9 30 he got a stay [01:34:56.460 --> 01:34:58.460] At 10 o'clock [01:34:58.460 --> 01:35:02.460] They called the constable and told him [01:35:02.460 --> 01:35:04.460] He said well I'm already here [01:35:04.460 --> 01:35:06.460] I'm going to evict anyway [01:35:06.460 --> 01:35:08.460] So he called me and I told him call the sheriff [01:35:08.460 --> 01:35:10.460] The sheriff called him [01:35:10.460 --> 01:35:12.460] And I don't know what the sheriff told him [01:35:12.460 --> 01:35:14.460] But he decided not to evict [01:35:14.460 --> 01:35:16.460] A week later [01:35:16.460 --> 01:35:18.460] They were in a conference call [01:35:18.460 --> 01:35:20.460] With the lawyer [01:35:20.460 --> 01:35:23.460] The person doing the eviction [01:35:23.460 --> 01:35:25.460] The constable, this guy [01:35:25.460 --> 01:35:27.460] And the federal judge [01:35:27.460 --> 01:35:29.460] And the federal judge wanted to know [01:35:29.460 --> 01:35:32.460] Who is this person [01:35:32.460 --> 01:35:36.460] That wanted to ignore my stay [01:35:36.460 --> 01:35:41.460] And they said it got really quiet on that phone [01:35:41.460 --> 01:35:46.460] I can tell you who has filed [01:35:46.460 --> 01:35:48.460] Who gave me the papers [01:35:48.460 --> 01:35:50.460] His name is Mike Patman [01:35:50.460 --> 01:35:52.460] And he's the constable of this town [01:35:52.460 --> 01:35:54.460] And so they said that he can physically [01:35:54.460 --> 01:35:56.460] Remove me and put me to the curb [01:35:56.460 --> 01:35:59.460] And have Michael Longing set up [01:35:59.460 --> 01:36:02.460] But he won't when you go down [01:36:02.460 --> 01:36:04.460] And file a chapter 7 [01:36:04.460 --> 01:36:06.460] Chapter 7 and put the stop to it [01:36:06.460 --> 01:36:09.460] Then you will prepare a [01:36:09.460 --> 01:36:11.460] Adversarial proceeding [01:36:11.460 --> 01:36:15.460] And mark them up for a year or so [01:36:15.460 --> 01:36:19.460] And that will give you time to recover [01:36:19.460 --> 01:36:21.460] Serial proceeding, okay [01:36:21.460 --> 01:36:25.460] Now, this is a small court [01:36:25.460 --> 01:36:27.460] In Denison, Texas [01:36:27.460 --> 01:36:31.460] It's just a little dog and Tony show court [01:36:31.460 --> 01:36:34.460] The people that have the city contract [01:36:34.460 --> 01:36:36.460] That are rebuilding [01:36:36.460 --> 01:36:39.460] And basically driving out the poor people [01:36:39.460 --> 01:36:40.460] In the middle class [01:36:40.460 --> 01:36:42.460] Okay, if you can establish that [01:36:42.460 --> 01:36:44.460] Then you can file suit against them [01:36:44.460 --> 01:36:46.460] And we're going to run out of time tonight [01:36:46.460 --> 01:36:48.460] But call in tomorrow night [01:36:48.460 --> 01:36:50.460] And we'll talk about that [01:36:50.460 --> 01:36:54.460] At the end of the day, it's all about the money [01:36:54.460 --> 01:36:58.460] So let's see how much money we can cost them [01:36:58.460 --> 01:37:01.460] You start bar grieving their lawyer [01:37:01.460 --> 01:37:03.460] This is what happens [01:37:03.460 --> 01:37:05.460] You file a bar grievance [01:37:05.460 --> 01:37:08.460] And they'll throw it in the trash [01:37:08.460 --> 01:37:10.460] And that's a good thing [01:37:10.460 --> 01:37:12.460] The reason it's a good thing [01:37:12.460 --> 01:37:14.460] Is their insurance carrier knows [01:37:14.460 --> 01:37:16.460] They'll throw it in the trash [01:37:16.460 --> Packer [01:48:39.460 --> 01:48:41.460] I was just going to say that [01:48:41.460 --> 01:48:43.460] Yeah, Walker v. Packer [01:48:43.460 --> 01:48:44.460] I keep mixing them up [01:48:44.460 --> 01:48:47.460] Packer-Driver always, that's what I just stumbled over [01:48:47.460 --> 01:48:51.460] Packer v. Driver is the one that says that we can record public officials [01:48:51.460 --> 01:48:53.460] Anyway, here, Walker v. Driver [01:48:53.460 --> 01:48:55.460] Walker v. Packer [01:48:55.460 --> 01:48:57.460] That's the one [01:48:57.460 --> 01:48:59.460] Walker v. Packer [01:48:59.460 --> 01:49:01.460] Walker v. Packer, okay [01:49:01.460 --> 01:49:04.460] If you don't have it under good-faking credit [01:49:04.460 --> 01:49:07.460] You can bring it into Pennsylvania [01:49:07.460 --> 01:49:15.460] Because the courts have said that we trust the legislators of all of the states [01:49:15.460 --> 01:49:19.460] So if our legislature hasn't addressed something [01:49:19.460 --> 01:49:22.460] Or our courts haven't addressed something [01:49:22.460 --> 01:49:28.460] And a court or the legislature from another state has addressed an issue [01:49:28.460 --> 01:49:33.460] You can bring that case or that law into this state [01:49:33.460 --> 01:49:37.460] As an advisory for the judge [01:49:37.460 --> 01:49:47.460] So what you need to do to the federal judge, did you get a judgment along with the ruling? [01:49:47.460 --> 01:49:48.460] The order [01:49:48.460 --> 01:49:52.460] Yeah, the judgment said [01:49:52.460 --> 01:49:54.460] Summary judgments for the opposing party [01:49:54.460 --> 01:49:56.460] And this case is closed [01:49:56.460 --> 01:49:59.460] No, no, no, that's the order [01:49:59.460 --> 01:50:03.460] In order for there to be a final adjudication [01:50:03.460 --> 01:50:05.460] There must be an order [01:50:05.460 --> 01:50:07.460] And there must be a judgment [01:50:07.460 --> 01:50:11.460] A judgment is finding the facts and conclusions of law [01:50:11.460 --> 01:50:13.460] If you don't have a judgment [01:50:13.460 --> 01:50:16.460] Then there is no final ruling in the case [01:50:16.460 --> 01:50:20.460] So file a request for a judgment [01:50:20.460 --> 01:50:23.460] And the judgment is [01:50:23.460 --> 01:50:27.460] These are the facts we use, this is the law we apply to the specs [01:50:31.460 --> 01:50:33.460] Oh, okay [01:50:33.460 --> 01:50:36.460] Well, what they did is [01:50:36.460 --> 01:50:39.460] I'm pretty sure this is done right [01:50:39.460 --> 01:50:41.460] Let me run it by a real quick [01:50:41.460 --> 01:50:49.460] I filed a complaint of judicial misconduct and disability [01:50:49.460 --> 01:50:50.460] Okay [01:50:50.460 --> 01:50:53.460] But then they wrote down at the bottom of this [01:50:53.460 --> 01:50:55.460] They put a number on it [01:50:55.460 --> 01:50:58.460] So it's to log in, or it's to file [01:50:58.460 --> 01:51:00.460] They put in here [01:51:00.460 --> 01:51:04.460] This is the circuit executive [01:51:04.460 --> 01:51:09.460] I guess the circuit executive judge is the top judge in the circuit there [01:51:09.460 --> 01:51:15.460] And it puts down complaint, he's documented as a criminal complaint [01:51:15.460 --> 01:51:22.460] And the advice is to administrative proceedings [01:51:22.460 --> 01:51:25.460] What is he trying to say here? [01:51:25.460 --> 01:51:29.460] Okay, say that again [01:51:29.460 --> 01:51:32.460] Well, what? [01:51:32.460 --> 01:51:35.460] Read what he wrote [01:51:35.460 --> 01:51:37.460] Okay, here's what I got back [01:51:37.460 --> 01:51:40.460] From the office of the circuit [01:51:40.460 --> 01:51:43.460] The third circuit executive [01:51:43.460 --> 01:51:46.460] From the third circuit court in the United States [01:51:46.460 --> 01:51:51.460] Now this judge calls himself the circuit executive [01:51:51.460 --> 01:51:56.460] And down here it says that they gave a number [01:51:56.460 --> 01:52:00.460] And it's a complaint of judicial misconduct or disability [01:52:00.460 --> 01:52:04.460] And it says here that the complaint was filed [01:52:04.460 --> 01:52:09.460] Right, for judicial misconduct or disability [01:52:09.460 --> 01:52:16.460] And it goes down here and says that the complaint be documented as a criminal complaint [01:52:16.460 --> 01:52:24.460] Please revise the proceedings under judicial conduct or administrative proceedings [01:52:24.460 --> 01:52:27.460] What do you think? [01:52:27.460 --> 01:52:32.460] Did you write that in the form of a criminal affidavit? [01:52:32.460 --> 01:52:34.460] I put both of them in [01:52:34.460 --> 01:52:37.460] I filled out a judicial misconduct [01:52:37.460 --> 01:52:40.460] Oh, hold on [01:52:40.460 --> 01:52:43.460] And I filled out a criminal affidavit [01:52:43.460 --> 01:52:47.460] Send me those documents [01:52:47.460 --> 01:52:58.460] What that sounds to me like is this judge is telling you that I just got trumped [01:52:58.460 --> 01:53:01.460] You sent me a criminal affidavit [01:53:01.460 --> 01:53:06.460] And the criminal affidavit trumps my judicial conduct authority [01:53:06.460 --> 01:53:12.460] So it sounds like he filed the criminal affidavit [01:53:12.460 --> 01:53:19.460] That may actually be presuming the judge criminally [01:53:19.460 --> 01:53:24.460] Are they pursuing the judge criminally? [01:53:24.460 --> 01:53:26.460] You need to find out [01:53:26.460 --> 01:53:29.460] Send me those, I'd like to see it [01:53:29.460 --> 01:53:32.460] Because if that's the case [01:53:32.460 --> 01:53:38.460] Then the judge then does a summary judgment [01:53:38.460 --> 01:53:42.460] A summary judgment order without a judgment [01:53:42.460 --> 01:53:49.460] Would indicate that he is biased by the fact that you filed against him criminally [01:53:49.460 --> 01:53:56.460] And that would render him incapacitated by his [01:53:56.460 --> 01:54:01.460] Judicially incompetent [01:54:01.460 --> 01:54:07.460] By the fact that he has an interest in the case [01:54:07.460 --> 01:54:11.460] That sounds interesting, let me see that [01:54:11.460 --> 01:54:18.460] So this would be, this decision would be new then [01:54:18.460 --> 01:54:26.460] Yeah, well the decision is not moved [01:54:26.460 --> 01:54:31.460] The decision is assailable [01:54:31.460 --> 01:54:33.460] It can be attacked [01:54:33.460 --> 01:54:41.460] But if there is no judgment it's not a final decision anyway [01:54:41.460 --> 01:54:48.460] In a state court they can file an order and it's a final decision [01:54:48.460 --> 01:54:52.460] And then you have to ask for finding the fact and conclusions at law [01:54:52.460 --> 01:54:57.460] But in the federal court they issue an order [01:54:57.460 --> 01:55:02.460] But the order is not final until they provide the judgment [01:55:02.460 --> 01:55:06.460] Which is finding the fact and conclusions [01:55:06.460 --> 01:55:10.460] Without the judgment you are unable to appeal [01:55:10.460 --> 01:55:13.460] Because you don't know what to appeal on [01:55:13.460 --> 01:55:18.460] You don't know what the judge relied on for his ruling [01:55:18.460 --> 01:55:23.460] So you absolutely need to ask for a judgment [01:55:23.460 --> 01:55:30.460] Well when I get this judgment back can I run down to the district county court [01:55:30.460 --> 01:55:33.460] And file criminally against this federal judge then? [01:55:33.460 --> 01:55:35.460] Absolutely [01:55:35.460 --> 01:55:38.460] Oh good, that's a good job [01:55:38.460 --> 01:55:40.460] Here's the deal [01:55:40.460 --> 01:55:47.460] The judge is sitting in a federal, that's why I said we need to get Ron like him [01:55:47.460 --> 01:55:53.460] The federal judge is sitting on a federal bench in a federal courthouse [01:55:53.460 --> 01:55:58.460] But that federal courthouse is not a federal enclave [01:55:58.460 --> 01:56:07.460] The only federal enclave is a portion of the state that has been ceded to the federal government [01:56:07.460 --> 01:56:15.460] Meaning that the state no longer has any ownership, jurisdiction or control over the property [01:56:15.460 --> 01:56:20.460] Like some national park, a whole piece of national park, kind of a place [01:56:20.460 --> 01:56:28.460] The only things they do that with are post offices, some ports, if they're major ports [01:56:28.460 --> 01:56:34.460] And federal prisons, and federal prisons so that the feds can hire their own security [01:56:34.460 --> 01:56:36.460] And don't have to use state [01:56:36.460 --> 01:56:39.460] But there was a movie called the Presidio [01:56:39.460 --> 01:56:45.460] And that's the Marine Base in San Diego, there was a murder on the base [01:56:45.460 --> 01:56:50.460] It's a federal, it's a marine base or it's federal government [01:56:50.460 --> 01:56:55.460] But the local sheriff had jurisdiction [01:56:55.460 --> 01:57:02.460] Because the marine base was still a part of this state [01:57:02.460 --> 01:57:08.460] The location was leased from the state so they still fell under the state law [01:57:08.460 --> 01:57:12.460] The federal judge in the federal courthouse still falls under state law [01:57:12.460 --> 01:57:16.460] So yes, you can file against him in the state [01:57:16.460 --> 01:57:21.460] Alright, well look, if something else happens here [01:57:21.460 --> 01:57:26.460] How's the possibility of filing in the Supreme, the U.S. Supreme [01:57:26.460 --> 01:57:33.460] Because they gave us a Supreme Court judge here [01:57:33.460 --> 01:57:37.460] No, you can't get to the Supreme yet [01:57:37.460 --> 01:57:40.460] You would have to go through the Court of Appeals [01:57:40.460 --> 01:57:43.460] And you'd have to have a final judgment first [01:57:43.460 --> 01:57:49.460] And then appeal the final judgment to the Court of Appeals to your local circuit [01:57:49.460 --> 01:57:52.460] And then appeal that to the Supreme [01:57:52.460 --> 01:58:00.460] But the likelihood of getting the Supreme to pick something up this small is very unlikely [01:58:00.460 --> 01:58:05.460] Okay, we are out of time [01:58:05.460 --> 01:58:08.460] Ted, I am sorry we didn't get to you [01:58:08.460 --> 01:58:13.460] Will you please call in tomorrow night and we will take you first [01:58:13.460 --> 01:58:15.460] Is there Ted?
