[00:59.760 --> 01:09.040] Today in history and recent news since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing [01:09.040 --> 01:14.240] happen to Texas law back in June County prosecutors around the state including Houston, Austin, [01:14.240 --> 01:18.840] San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones [01:18.840 --> 01:22.800] since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to [01:22.800 --> 01:27.120] test the herb for THC Margaret Moore the Travis County District Attorney [01:27.120 --> 01:31.160] announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery [01:31.160 --> 01:35.840] of marijuana cases because of the law Mr. Abbott and other state officials including [01:35.840 --> 01:39.800] the Attorney General stipulated in a letter to County District attorneys back on Thursday [01:39.800 --> 01:44.440] that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate [01:44.440 --> 01:50.400] a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works as well as other cities too like the District [01:50.400 --> 01:56.560] Attorney in El Paso Kyman Esparza a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the [01:56.560 --> 02:01.840] law quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso [02:01.840 --> 02:06.760] however the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball an assistant public defender [02:06.760 --> 02:11.240] in Harris County who stated that quote the law is constantly changing on what makes something [02:11.240 --> 02:15.200] illegal based on its chemical makeup it's important that if someone is charged with [02:15.200 --> 02:22.600] something the test matches what they're charged with [02:22.600 --> 02:27.600] a paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as the [02:27.600 --> 02:32.720] first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico the specimen being only the second pocket shark [02:32.720 --> 02:38.000] ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East [02:38.000 --> 02:42.640] Pacific Ocean according to the university paper the sharks it creates a luminous fluid [02:42.640 --> 02:49.000] from a gland near its front fins for the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey [02:49.000 --> 03:05.280] who may be drawn into the glow [03:05.280 --> 03:08.280] what happens when you call the cops [03:08.280 --> 03:10.360] this is what happens when you call the cops [03:10.360 --> 03:12.960] you get your rights violated or you all get shot [03:12.960 --> 03:19.960] this is what happens when you call the cops [03:19.960 --> 03:28.040] people being victimized by criminal cops psychopathic predators terrorizing neighborhood [03:28.040 --> 03:32.440] blocks equipped with pepper spray made cocktails and glass they like serial killers acting [03:32.440 --> 03:36.480] out subliminal thoughts forget what you talk these cops have got a license to kill witness [03:36.480 --> 03:40.240] intimidation means that they can use it it will co the silence means that the pigs will [03:40.240 --> 03:44.120] never let out a will and if they go to court they know the judge will make him a deal for [03:44.120 --> 03:46.840] real that's why they're stopping me locking me up and stopping me [03:46.840 --> 03:51.440] all right folks good evening this is the Monday night rule of law radio show with your host [03:51.440 --> 03:57.200] Eddie Craig it is November 9th 2020 we are running up on the end of this year really [03:57.200 --> 04:03.120] quick and yes we are live tonight we have had some issues here I had a power supply [04:03.120 --> 04:06.880] go out of a main machine and I've been off till I till the new one could arrive and I [04:06.880 --> 04:12.040] could get the computer back up and running which I got all completed yesterday so here [04:12.040 --> 04:17.200] we are tonight the phones are currently on if you want to call in and open up a discussion [04:17.200 --> 04:25.000] about something 512646 1984 is the calling number now if all you want to do want to call [04:25.000 --> 04:30.920] in and talk about is the election please don't I could actually care less none of them works [04:30.920 --> 04:35.760] for us to begin with so it doesn't really matter to me which monkey sitting in the seat none [04:35.760 --> 04:42.600] of them are out to help us they're only out to help themselves I mean when they make all [04:42.600 --> 04:48.360] the rules that suit them in and out of office then they're not working for us folks it's [04:48.360 --> 04:54.680] that simple and I wish by now people would have realized that okay I don't have anything [04:54.680 --> 05:01.360] in particular for this evening but let's talk a little bit about the lawsuits that are liable [05:01.360 --> 05:07.160] to come with this and how that's going to work what kind of evidence are they going [05:07.160 --> 05:14.080] to need to prove election fraud I mean let's face the facts here it's been how many years [05:14.080 --> 05:17.840] now people have been complaining about dead people on the rolls of the various states [05:17.840 --> 05:23.600] that the mail in ballots are being manipulated etc etc etc and yet though that's the system [05:23.600 --> 05:28.880] that's still in place that's still the same problem that's always existed for as long [05:28.880 --> 05:37.240] as it's existed nobody in the system wants to fix the system that they can always manipulate [05:37.240 --> 05:43.440] as the need suits them for their own ends that's simple the same principle is educating [05:43.440 --> 05:49.560] the American public we are in government controlled and operated schools because no one wants [05:49.560 --> 05:56.520] you to have the education necessary to be free and they are certainly not going to give [05:56.520 --> 06:04.600] it to you okay the one doing the oppressing is never going to give the oppressed the necessary [06:04.600 --> 06:11.160] education to understand the hows and whys of their oppression much less how to get free [06:11.160 --> 06:20.920] from it that's just reality because that is reality we have to wonder what it is we're [06:20.920 --> 06:25.880] hoping for when these elections and everything else roll around because it's certainly not [06:25.880 --> 06:31.840] that our lives are going to be better because they never are our lives really don't change [06:31.840 --> 06:40.720] that much at least in no good way when the bodies in these offices change places one [06:40.720 --> 06:45.160] crook moves to a different job so he can screw us over in a different way and a new crook [06:45.160 --> 06:52.400] takes over the job he had what's the difference there are so many things that people that [06:52.400 --> 06:57.440] get elected to these public offices could start delving into their first day in office [06:57.440 --> 07:04.400] but nobody that gets elected wants to rock the boat why because from that point forward [07:04.400 --> 07:09.160] the only thing they're worried about is getting reelected they're not worried about doing [07:09.160 --> 07:13.640] the job they promised to do when they got in there they're worried about doing it in [07:13.640 --> 07:19.560] a way that will get them reelected next time without taking off too many people and preventing [07:19.560 --> 07:26.240] that from happening and what is the end goal of that for them same as it is for anyone [07:26.240 --> 07:35.600] else permanent lifetime retirement check and in an amount far greater than even your average [07:35.600 --> 07:45.280] American could hope to count on working you know 80 hour weeks we have some of the most [07:45.280 --> 07:54.120] worthless people on the planet drawing permanent income from the backs of the public and they [07:54.120 --> 08:03.040] did nothing worthwhile to earn it in the first place and yet we're funding them for life [08:03.040 --> 08:10.320] now I didn't see anything in the federal constitution about permanent retirement for people that [08:10.320 --> 08:16.400] served in public office that was something Congress created for itself if my recollection [08:16.400 --> 08:22.200] is still working the constitution doesn't give them free retirement for the rest of [08:22.200 --> 08:29.520] their lives after serving only one term Congress gave that to themselves now imagine if you [08:29.520 --> 08:34.720] went to work for a company and says you can you can choose not to have me back next year [08:34.720 --> 08:39.360] you can do whatever but you got to pay me the same salary for the rest of my life whether [08:39.360 --> 08:45.280] I come back to work or not can you imagine what an impact that would have on a company's [08:45.280 --> 08:52.400] ability to survive a change in employees but since the federal government doesn't fund [08:52.400 --> 08:58.720] anything it steals its funds from us or prints them out of thin air via the Federal Reserve [08:58.720 --> 09:06.840] what do they care they don't all they care about is getting their own that's it [09:06.840 --> 09:15.600] and the few that refuse to take that salary already have an income worthy of it you know [09:15.600 --> 09:21.600] they make more money without it than with it plus they're smart enough to understand [09:21.600 --> 09:28.920] that with that money comes a tax liability that they otherwise would not have because [09:28.920 --> 09:33.320] the income tax doesn't apply to the majority of Americans living and working in America [09:33.320 --> 09:42.400] so there's always a catch 22 that favors those within the system while punishing the [09:42.400 --> 09:49.200] rest of us in support of it and by punishment I mean they steal our money through taxes [09:49.200 --> 09:55.160] through the fraud of taxes they steal our property through taxes the fraud of taxes [09:55.160 --> 10:04.880] and the list goes on and on and on now while I have not been able to do the show for a [10:04.880 --> 10:09.280] couple of weeks I do have another computer that I can at least type on and get on the [10:09.280 --> 10:14.960] internet on which I've been using to work on the seminar book and the other materials [10:14.960 --> 10:23.480] and all that stuff and it's astounding the amount of information that is available to [10:23.480 --> 10:30.280] prove how correct I am and the information I've got about what this set of laws governs [10:30.280 --> 10:36.280] and what it doesn't and at the same time it's equally astounding how those in power continue [10:36.280 --> 10:45.040] to ignore the facts and the law to keep things the way they want them you have to understand [10:45.040 --> 10:50.480] that part of the reason this system was developed was not to track the use of these motor vehicles [10:50.480 --> 10:56.840] or to find them or anything else if they're stolen that's only one aspect of it the long [10:56.840 --> 11:05.640] term aspect of this program is what it was actually designed for control monitoring and [11:05.640 --> 11:13.360] tracking of the population imagine how things would work for law enforcement and government [11:13.360 --> 11:18.280] in general if you were not forced to tell them where you were living every time you [11:18.280 --> 11:26.440] moved to keep a license if you were not required to register your car at your current home address [11:26.440 --> 11:32.240] etc etc if you didn't have to do those things they couldn't just look you up on a computer [11:32.240 --> 11:40.400] and say this is where you're living now go get him they also couldn't suspend your license [11:40.400 --> 11:46.480] and keep you locked down in one place because you wouldn't be required to have one so suspending [11:46.480 --> 11:56.200] your license wouldn't do them any good this whole system from the get go is about the [11:56.200 --> 12:04.480] control manipulation and tracking of the population our use of our property upon our other property [12:04.480 --> 12:12.600] the roads for our own private business purposes is something we have a right to do not something [12:12.600 --> 12:21.240] that government gave us the privileged ability to do see government once again folks make [12:21.240 --> 12:29.000] clear does not own the roads government does not own the roads we do they're built with [12:29.000 --> 12:38.560] our money they were built for our use and all other uses are extraordinary uses okay [12:38.560 --> 12:43.480] using the roads as a place of business is an extraordinary use it is not its intended [12:43.480 --> 12:52.920] designed purpose okay if they want a road dedicated strictly for business then they [12:52.920 --> 12:57.040] need to have the corporations and the businesses that are using it be the only ones paying [12:57.040 --> 13:03.200] for it so that they can then limit access to it to only those entities but as long as [13:03.200 --> 13:13.760] they're using our money to pay for it and build it they can't do that I really don't [13:13.760 --> 13:20.400] know how many different ways I can explain all the information I've come across and [13:20.400 --> 13:26.920] written about and talked about on this show to people that don't really want to understand [13:26.920 --> 13:33.440] any of it it's hard enough trying to find a way to explain it to an entire group of [13:33.440 --> 13:38.480] people who have completely different levels of understanding things there are some people [13:38.480 --> 13:41.920] that you have to explain it this way for them to get it other people you have to explain [13:41.920 --> 13:46.200] it that way for them to get it a lot of times that's why you'll hear me give three or four [13:46.200 --> 13:52.000] different kinds of examples about what something is similar to or why it works that way it's [13:52.000 --> 14:02.600] not because I can't make up my mind it's because each variation is understood by people differently [14:02.600 --> 14:08.000] and so the more diverse I can make the description and the understanding the more people I can [14:08.000 --> 14:15.000] reach with the information and so I have to be careful when I'm writing this book on [14:15.000 --> 14:20.400] the seminar material about doing that I don't want three pages of saying the same thing [14:20.400 --> 14:24.560] three different ways I want to be able to say it in the clearest way possible to reach [14:24.560 --> 14:32.520] the maximum number of people and not be repetitive with it but we keep have to make we keep having [14:32.520 --> 14:38.720] to make re-references to other things so that what we're looking at right now can be more [14:38.720 --> 14:43.120] clearly understood you remember what it said over here in chapter one well remember what [14:43.120 --> 14:46.760] it's saying right here now in chapter three because these are actually dealing with the [14:46.760 --> 14:53.020] same things the differences however between chapter one and chapter three are like this [14:53.020 --> 14:58.600] see that's kind of how this book has to go together we can't look at it is just the same [14:58.600 --> 15:03.120] information I throw out here on the radio show because it's not inclusive enough it's [15:03.120 --> 15:09.000] not all in one big chunk it's taken over weeks at a time and so people lose their place they [15:09.000 --> 15:13.760] lose their understanding and it's kind of like I'm having to go back and re-explain the [15:13.760 --> 15:22.320] same thing to get to the point where I can tell you the new thing because this show is [15:22.320 --> 15:28.360] dedicated to trying to teach people how to do things for themselves and we use this information [15:28.360 --> 15:35.400] and material to expound upon that experience and give you a means of researching and reading [15:35.400 --> 15:42.120] things so you can do that for yourself I'm sometimes at a loss and want to come on the [15:42.120 --> 15:50.560] show and talk about because it's very hard for me to track how the rest of you have received [15:50.560 --> 15:55.520] the information taken the information and applied the information I occasionally get [15:55.520 --> 16:00.480] emails saying I successfully be the ticket or a case or some other sort of charge here [16:00.480 --> 16:05.200] and there all thanks to something that you said on the show and I'm grateful that that [16:05.200 --> 16:10.240] was the case I'm glad that we could help in any way shape or form to help you achieve [16:10.240 --> 16:18.920] that but the point is is I don't get a regular gauge of what people need to know about versus [16:18.920 --> 16:23.040] what they already know about and already understand and have already put the use and it served [16:23.040 --> 16:29.960] them well I also don't get a lot about the things that the people try to use but they [16:29.960 --> 16:33.960] aren't successful people don't give me a lot of feedback on that either while I tried [16:33.960 --> 16:38.000] your script and it didn't work and blah blah blah it's not that I haven't gotten any I just [16:38.000 --> 16:45.800] haven't gotten in now up here the music playing so I've got to take a break here all right [16:45.800 --> 16:52.760] folks we are back this is rule of law radio again the calling number 512 [19:52.040 --> 20:01.600] 6461984 all in pose a question or have an issue to talk about okay now back to [20:01.600 --> 20:05.720] the thing about the seminar material and trying to teach the information a way [20:05.720 --> 20:12.240] that makes sense to everybody the book has a ton of new information in it plus [20:12.240 --> 20:16.760] the old information we visited because they have made changes to some of it [20:16.760 --> 20:21.560] some of it hasn't changed but some of it has and the way that it's changed makes [20:21.560 --> 20:26.880] the things that I said in the first seminar more viewable or visible I [20:26.880 --> 20:32.560] should say because you can see between the original seminar books version of a [20:32.560 --> 20:37.440] definition for like say small truck where specifically said that the small [20:37.440 --> 20:42.860] truck was used for commercial purposes and the new definition where commercial [20:42.860 --> 20:49.880] purposes have been removed from that definition okay the reason that kind of [20:49.880 --> 20:55.000] change is important is because it violates the Texas Constitution and it [20:55.000 --> 21:00.160] violates the Texas Constitution because what they're attempting to do is alter [21:00.160 --> 21:06.520] the purpose of an amendment or a statute by an amended version of that statute [21:06.520 --> 21:13.320] they're trying to obfuscate its purpose and thus make it appear to operate more [21:13.320 --> 21:21.200] broadly than it legally can or and should have that's fraud folks once again [21:21.200 --> 21:26.120] when they take something that limits the power of a definition and remove it [21:26.120 --> 21:30.920] without being able to change the context in which it operates they're attempting [21:30.920 --> 21:35.560] to disguise the purpose of the context overall not just that portion of the [21:35.560 --> 21:40.560] statute but the entire structure of the statute and the and the single subject [21:40.560 --> 21:47.160] context in which it operates there's no way you can read the old definition and [21:47.160 --> 21:52.360] the new definition and not realize that this deception is intentional it is [21:52.360 --> 22:01.160] absolutely 100% intentional and yet it is what they're doing it is how they have [22:01.160 --> 22:07.440] been doing it for years now and it's how they will continue to do it as long as [22:07.440 --> 22:13.240] we remain disinterested in understanding the law and the truth about how it was [22:13.240 --> 22:17.200] written originally what it was intended to do originally and how they are [22:17.200 --> 22:22.320] limited by that under the state Constitution and then compare that to [22:22.320 --> 22:25.980] what they're actually doing so that we can call them out for the fraud they're [22:25.980 --> 22:30.960] committing because that's really all they're doing they are committing fraud [22:30.960 --> 22:37.320] and they're doing it for the most dishonest of reasons it's not to protect [22:37.320 --> 22:42.600] the public it's not so the police power can function properly it is for money [22:42.600 --> 22:53.360] it is always about money every single thing they do is money driven justice [22:53.360 --> 22:59.160] is for sale in Texas just like it is anywhere else and where justice should [22:59.160 --> 23:06.560] prevail over profit profit will win why do you think these lower courts are set [23:06.560 --> 23:11.520] up the way they are why do you think the rules of evidence were written to [23:11.520 --> 23:16.480] specifically exclude evidentiary requirements for proper presentation and [23:16.480 --> 23:22.280] veracity in these courts when you actually have a rule in the rules of [23:22.280 --> 23:27.480] evidence that says these rules shall not apply in justice courts and since they [23:27.480 --> 23:32.520] don't apply in justice courts they won't apply in any municipal court because [23:32.520 --> 23:37.320] their jurisdiction is exactly the same the only difference is is that the [23:37.320 --> 23:41.880] justice courts could actually handle several matters whereas the municipal [23:41.880 --> 23:48.480] court cannot but when it comes to the traffic stuff they are identical what [23:48.480 --> 23:56.160] one can do the other can do supposedly but the problem is is that everything [23:56.160 --> 24:01.000] they're doing violates the law and the state Constitution in how they're doing [24:01.000 --> 24:05.280] it when the rules of evidence don't protect everybody as to how evidence [24:05.280 --> 24:11.440] must be presented in court then you have an unequal application of the laws you [24:11.440 --> 24:16.800] have an unequal protection of the laws because those accused of certain kinds [24:16.800 --> 24:23.640] of crimes can be convicted on plain hearsay and presumption with no actual [24:23.640 --> 24:30.760] evidence whereas everyone else has to have actual evidence submitted and [24:30.760 --> 24:37.480] that evidence must be proven up at a trial but not so in these traffic cases [24:37.480 --> 24:41.400] they don't have to prove anything they're up there on that stand they're [24:41.400 --> 24:46.840] testifying to even when you object to them saying you were in a motor vehicle [24:46.840 --> 24:51.320] what evidence has been presented to prove I was operating a motor vehicle [24:51.320 --> 24:56.720] absolutely none that's illegal presumption that's inadmissible that is [24:56.720 --> 25:02.480] frickin opinion of the officer the witness whoever it may be and the [25:02.480 --> 25:07.080] prosecutor can't testify to that they have to for personal knowledge and yet [25:07.080 --> 25:11.600] the rules of evidence say no they don't because none of that applies here it's [25:11.600 --> 25:17.240] rigged people and it's rigged for a reason and I'm hoping everyone after [25:17.240 --> 25:21.160] listening to this show more than once and reading the legal blog and going back [25:21.160 --> 25:24.920] and listening to the archives over the years of this show will at least finally [25:24.920 --> 25:31.600] begin to accept and understand it because that's exactly what it is okay [25:31.600 --> 25:36.680] real quick I got a caller up on the board Larry in Arizona Larry what can we [25:36.680 --> 25:39.240] do for you [25:39.680 --> 25:47.320] good evening I've been talking to you for a while about a land patent issue that [25:47.320 --> 25:54.560] I'm working on and I'm curious one of the things you told me a year or so ago [25:54.560 --> 26:01.080] was to read the enabling act and I've gone through it I guess the question I [26:01.080 --> 26:08.160] have is the enabling act says that land that was ceded to the state you know and [26:08.160 --> 26:16.040] granted you know meets all the requirements I'm just curious my land [26:16.040 --> 26:23.520] was acquired from the United States prior to statehood so it wasn't ceded to [26:23.520 --> 26:28.840] the back to the United States from the state what kind of a position does that [26:28.840 --> 26:35.840] put me in well women if your land was granted under a federal patent before [26:35.840 --> 26:42.480] statehood began then the federal government could not have granted that [26:42.480 --> 26:46.760] land to the state in the first place because they no longer had control of [26:46.760 --> 26:51.160] it that was the whole purpose of issuing the patent was it not is that not the [26:51.160 --> 26:58.240] language of the patent the phone line is just breaking up something fierce I [26:58.240 --> 27:05.680] don't know what's going on okay let me let me ask this again the language of [27:05.680 --> 27:10.040] the land patent says that the federal government had control the land and [27:10.040 --> 27:13.760] issued it under that patent right [27:14.960 --> 27:17.960] can you hear me [27:17.960 --> 27:22.440] hello [27:25.000 --> 27:29.120] well Larry you must have dropped or something because I can't hear you at all [27:29.120 --> 27:41.120] now hello all right and that sounded like a disconnect but it's hard to say [27:41.120 --> 27:55.040] okay hello no they did okay alright I'll wait for Larry to call back in but while [27:55.040 --> 27:58.240] we're waiting I'll go into the his question here a little bit and hopefully [27:58.240 --> 28:01.680] he'll be able to hear me what on something else while we're doing this [28:01.680 --> 28:08.720] but if the federal government did issue the patent prior to ceding any of the [28:08.720 --> 28:15.760] land back to the state of Arizona before statehood once that patent was [28:15.760 --> 28:19.640] issued and they relinquished all rights and claims to that land which is what [28:19.640 --> 28:24.560] the language of the patent should say then that land could not be part of the [28:24.560 --> 28:30.240] land they transferred to Arizona the state because they no longer had [28:30.240 --> 28:34.800] possession of it they no longer had any authority over it the moment they seeded [28:34.800 --> 28:39.200] it through that patent their authority over it was done so it was not within [28:39.200 --> 28:45.680] their power to transfer it to the state that's just law 101 if it ain't yours [28:45.680 --> 28:52.360] you don't have the power to transfer it to someone else end of discussion okay [28:52.360 --> 28:58.840] because you can't transfer it to someone else you can't take that chunk of land [28:58.840 --> 29:03.760] issued under that land patent and seed it back to the state after the statehood [29:03.760 --> 29:09.080] began did you hear any of that Larry [29:09.840 --> 29:17.000] Larry are you there gone again okay I think let me have something going on with [29:17.000 --> 29:19.760] the caller bridges callers can't stay connected they're saying it's really [29:19.760 --> 29:29.320] static I'm not sure I can fix that from here but in any case because Arizona [29:29.320 --> 29:38.000] has no authority over that to begin with okay Larry you back now yeah I'm back [29:38.000 --> 29:42.760] at the phone still isn't great but we're better okay did you hear any of what I [29:42.760 --> 29:51.160] was saying yeah yes okay so because they seeded it they they didn't control it [29:51.160 --> 29:55.240] when they transferred the other lands to the state of Arizona when Arizona [29:55.240 --> 30:01.560] became a state okay law 101 you can't [30:01.800 --> 30:06.320] thousands of Florida motorists convicted of DUI may very well have been [30:06.320 --> 30:10.720] driving under the blood alcohol image Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back [30:10.720 --> 30:16.160] with a tale of bad breathalysers and a government cover-up in a moment privacy [30:16.160 --> 30:20.280] is under attack when you give up data about yourself you'll never get it [30:20.280 --> 30:24.760] back again and once your privacy is gone you'll find your freedoms will start [30:24.760 --> 30:29.400] to vanish too so protect your rights say no to surveillance and keep your [30:29.400 --> 30:34.560] information to yourself privacy it's worth hanging on to this public service [30:34.560 --> 30:38.480] announcement is brought to you by start page dot com the private search engine [30:38.480 --> 30:45.560] alternative to Google yahoo and Bing start over with start page ever hear the [30:45.560 --> 30:50.280] term fine farming it's when cops find innocent people to bring in revenue and [30:50.280 --> 30:54.320] it's apparently big business in the sunshine state of Florida this case [30:54.320 --> 30:58.720] involves breathalysers used to convict thousands of Florida motorists for DUI [30:58.720 --> 31:02.480] violations recently reporters discovered that the devices were [31:02.480 --> 31:06.880] improperly calibrated state officials knew about it for two and a half years [31:06.880 --> 31:11.440] but did nothing in fact the head of Florida's breath testing program ordered [31:11.440 --> 31:16.680] inspectors not to document the problem a DUI conviction can ruin somebody's life [31:16.680 --> 31:20.840] but now that the cover-up has been exposed perhaps Florida drivers can breathe [31:20.840 --> 31:25.080] a bit easier after Catherine Albrecht more news and information at [31:25.080 --> 31:34.080] Catherine Albrecht dot com this is building 7 a 47-story skyscraper that [31:34.080 --> 31:37.800] fell on the afternoon of September 11 the government says that fire brought it [31:37.800 --> 31:42.640] down however 1500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled [31:42.640 --> 31:46.160] demolition over 6,000 my fellow service members have given their lives of [31:46.160 --> 31:50.240] thousands of my fellow first responders of dying I'm not a conspiracy theorist [31:50.240 --> 31:52.920] I'm not a Larry keeps popping up and down on my board here all right Larry you [33:48.520 --> 33:54.360] still there yeah Eddie I'm here that we have a really bad phone connection but [33:54.360 --> 34:00.520] I'll choose best okay and all right okay real quick from the top again the federal [34:00.520 --> 34:04.600] government you said ceded the land via the land patent prior to Arizona [34:04.600 --> 34:09.800] becoming a state correct yes does the language of the land patent say that the [34:09.800 --> 34:18.400] federal government ceds all rights he claims to that land I missed something [34:18.400 --> 34:23.160] there you broke up does the federal does the land patent state that the federal [34:23.160 --> 34:28.480] government relinquishes all rights and claims to the land designated by that [34:28.480 --> 34:36.880] patent no no that my my patent does not say that the patent does not say that [34:36.880 --> 34:42.840] they relinquish all rights and claims it uses the language you know that it is [34:42.840 --> 34:49.240] passed to the original owner all heirs and assigns but no it does not say it [34:49.240 --> 34:58.280] relinquishes all all title however you just phrased it okay if it doesn't say [34:58.280 --> 35:03.160] that then you've got a quandary issue I was under the impression from what you [35:03.160 --> 35:06.360] told me before that that is what it says because that's what it says here in the [35:06.360 --> 35:11.600] Texas land patents and because it says that the state of Texas has absolutely [35:11.600 --> 35:15.040] no claim over a piece of land that's been transferred under a patent they can't [35:15.040 --> 35:20.280] tax it not legitimately it's a contract violation you can't tax something that [35:20.280 --> 35:27.360] you have no legal authority over and right to right to in the first place so [35:27.360 --> 35:33.240] if your patent doesn't say that then the question becomes legally is when they [35:33.240 --> 35:36.840] transferred it back did those rights transfer with it whether it's [35:36.840 --> 35:44.440] specifically said so in the patent or not and if they did then that is lands [35:44.440 --> 35:49.360] that cannot be transferred to the jurisdiction or at least the taxing [35:49.360 --> 35:54.400] jurisdiction of the state of Arizona when they transferred the lands after [35:54.400 --> 36:06.920] statehood you follow what I'm saying Larry okay I just the phone's gone away [36:06.920 --> 36:11.600] again Eddie I'm gonna I'm gonna maybe try on the cell phone I'm sorry we're [36:11.600 --> 36:16.800] having such a bad time tonight I'd love to be able to hit it okay thank you all [36:16.800 --> 36:21.440] right okay I guess we have to get back to this discussion again then if when he [36:21.440 --> 36:29.200] calls back in okay in the meantime I'll go back to what I was talking about [36:29.200 --> 36:36.360] before unless somebody else wants to call in 512-646-1984 okay we'll go back to [36:36.360 --> 36:41.760] the seminar material and how I've been working on that and what it entails so on [36:41.760 --> 36:46.760] the new book with all the stuff that I've got I've literally got gigabytes of [36:46.760 --> 36:51.680] notes and screenshots and copies and all this kind of stuff where I've gotten [36:51.680 --> 36:57.000] certified copies of these records or those records prior statutes etc etc etc [36:57.000 --> 37:02.280] and I've tried to link them all together in a way that shows how this was set up [37:02.280 --> 37:07.640] and how it was supposed to work but what we have to remember is that the courts [37:07.640 --> 37:13.360] are refusing to acknowledge what the statutes actually say and we know this [37:13.360 --> 37:17.480] because of the opinions written by the 3rd Court of Appeals not only are they [37:17.480 --> 37:22.640] ignoring what the statute actually says they're also ignoring the fact that they [37:22.640 --> 37:28.200] are cherry picking the statutes they are using they are not looking at the law [37:28.200 --> 37:33.440] in its entirety they are most certainly not looking at all the relevant law on [37:33.440 --> 37:36.600] any given portion of it that leaks together like dealing with what a [37:36.600 --> 37:42.240] complaint is etc etc what a transportation charge actually has to be [37:42.240 --> 37:50.880] set up as it and so on but as I said before their logic is faulty it's [37:50.880 --> 37:55.520] completely faulty when they say that transportation has nothing to do with [37:55.520 --> 37:59.840] what the transportation code is about then they've completely ignored article [37:59.840 --> 38:05.040] 3 section 35 the single subject matter clause and then they've ignored the [38:05.040 --> 38:08.520] implementation of that single subject matter clause within the title of the [38:08.520 --> 38:11.760] bill that created the transportation code they're now saying has nothing to do [38:11.760 --> 38:17.720] with transportation it isn't limited to that subject the third [38:17.720 --> 38:24.480] Court of Appeals could not be populated with dumber individuals and I say this [38:24.480 --> 38:30.440] in all honesty because you cannot do that job and write the opinions they wrote [38:30.440 --> 38:36.480] and claim to be intelligent and knowledgeable of the law when I can [38:36.480 --> 38:42.960] take that very law and show you 20 different ways you've got it wrong ways [38:42.960 --> 38:48.360] you should have known had you bothered to do the legal research and the legal [38:48.360 --> 38:56.400] connect the dots required to understand how they all operate together but they're [38:56.400 --> 38:59.760] the attorneys right they're the ones that are supposed to know therefore they [38:59.760 --> 39:05.200] are unquestionable in their ability to determine what's what right wrong folks [39:05.200 --> 39:09.600] the dumbest people you'll ever meet are the ones who claim to be the smartest in [39:09.600 --> 39:15.000] any given field I've met PhDs that I would not trust to get something right [39:15.000 --> 39:21.600] no matter how much information you give them about it just wouldn't [39:21.600 --> 39:26.720] they're focused once they reach a certain point and take up a certain job [39:26.720 --> 39:31.120] especially when it comes to attorneys their job is to maintain the status [39:31.120 --> 39:36.000] quo established by the court precedents not to fight the court precedents to [39:36.000 --> 39:41.080] show where they're wrong okay the only time they're going to fight a court [39:41.080 --> 39:45.120] precedent to prove that it's wrong is when it's going to give them a case that [39:45.120 --> 39:50.600] will line their pockets for the rest of their lives then they'll go against then [39:50.600 --> 39:54.280] they'll stand their ground and say okay as long as people keep shoveling money [39:54.280 --> 39:58.880] into my coffers I'll make this argument all day long no problem but the moment [39:58.880 --> 40:02.200] the well dries up the argument gets dropped and they're done working on it [40:02.200 --> 40:08.760] because it's not about what's right or wrong never has been it's always about [40:08.760 --> 40:15.840] the money always that's why you can't get our public servants down here to [40:15.840 --> 40:19.440] listen to us in the legislature you can't go down and talk to a legislator [40:19.440 --> 40:26.400] anymore and have them actually give you a serious ear about anything they ask [40:26.400 --> 40:30.800] stupid questions as if you didn't think about this or didn't consider this [40:30.800 --> 40:34.720] without letting you get the facts in front of them before they ask the [40:34.720 --> 40:42.120] questions it's all in an attempt to make it look like well I hear you but I hear [40:42.120 --> 40:49.600] you but there is no but here I hear you is just another euphemism for I really [40:49.600 --> 40:53.760] don't hear you and I really don't want to hear you and as long as I can make you [40:53.760 --> 41:03.040] think that I'm listening I'll pretend to hear you but I'm not really gonna it's [41:03.040 --> 41:09.560] infuriating that was the whole reason that I came to Austin not so I could be [41:09.560 --> 41:13.120] on this show and be close to the people I was working with but so I could be [41:13.120 --> 41:17.160] close to the legislature so I could spend my days down there in front of [41:17.160 --> 41:21.440] these people asking them the hard questions and demanding some honest [41:21.440 --> 41:27.400] answers and time and time again I meet with all kinds of people down there I [41:27.400 --> 41:32.040] met with the head legal counsel for the Speaker of the House and the speakers [41:32.040 --> 41:36.960] of the two houses okay I've met with their individual legal counsel I've [41:36.960 --> 41:41.840] met with their combined legal counsel and you put all these facts in front of [41:41.840 --> 41:45.240] them and they're sitting on huh they're writing all this stuff down taking all [41:45.240 --> 41:50.040] these notes and then in a year or two I'll see changes in the statute mirroring [41:50.040 --> 41:55.680] the stuff I was talking about but nothing that goes the entire way it was [41:55.680 --> 42:00.960] supposed to have gone in order to fix the problem it was a band-aid and it was [42:00.960 --> 42:08.840] a very bad band-aid to begin with okay this is how they pay attention to us [42:08.840 --> 42:11.960] they don't really care what we think because they already think they know [42:11.960 --> 42:17.040] everything that they are the only source that matters when it comes to what they [42:17.040 --> 42:23.800] do and that's a mindset I just don't understand about somebody who is sitting [42:23.800 --> 42:29.320] in a public office because if you can take that office and do what you want [42:29.320 --> 42:34.840] instead of what the public demands or has issue with then it's not a public [42:34.840 --> 42:40.960] office it's your office it's not our office we have no say so in it if that's [42:40.960 --> 42:47.960] the case and that's just dead wrong and yet it's how they're operating and I've [42:47.960 --> 42:56.320] got plenty of sessions with them to be able to prove that's true the one time [42:56.320 --> 43:02.600] I got down there and managed to stand in front of them and testify on the sunset [43:02.600 --> 43:11.360] of the state bar act the video recording of that hearing disappeared when I got [43:11.360 --> 43:16.000] up there to talk there had already been a couple of people up ahead of me and [43:16.000 --> 43:19.040] they were talking about things like fingerprinting attorneys and all this [43:19.040 --> 43:22.960] stuff before they could get their bar card etc etc and as my turn the first [43:22.960 --> 43:26.560] thing out of my mouth was yep I completely agree all attorneys should be [43:26.560 --> 43:31.920] fingerprinted but not to join the bar but precisely before they're sentenced [43:31.920 --> 43:36.600] to prison okay and I looked around the room and said most of the people in [43:36.600 --> 43:42.040] here coming up here and testifying our attorneys judges ex-judges retired [43:42.040 --> 43:45.280] judges these are not people that are supposed to be up here talking about [43:45.280 --> 43:48.080] this stuff and they're definitely not supposed to be sitting on the panel that [43:48.080 --> 43:52.200] every one of you people are sitting on as bar card carrying attorneys you're [43:52.200 --> 43:56.920] forbidden to sit there by the state Constitution why are you ruling on this [43:56.920 --> 44:00.320] all right we got a break y'all hang on I'll be right on the board finally okay let's begin with what appears to be John [46:54.560 --> 47:00.240] in New York John what do you have hi thank I hope you're having a good night [47:00.240 --> 47:07.840] and hope you can hear me okay lesser this concerns suing Governor Mario killer [47:07.840 --> 47:18.920] Cuomo okay one of my relatives has he's a landlord and what happened mr. Mario [47:18.920 --> 47:24.520] killer Cuomo decided he was going to put a ban on eviction notices which is [47:24.520 --> 47:28.320] a good idea because you know we don't want people thrown out into the street [47:28.320 --> 47:36.000] but what it does is in the case of my relative my relative lost about six [47:36.000 --> 47:42.880] thousand dollars it's just one tenant alone so he went to his attorney who [47:42.880 --> 47:49.000] also happens to be a landlord and a bunch of other people who also happened [47:49.000 --> 47:54.000] to be landlords went to the attorney and they all filed the attorney filed a [47:54.000 --> 48:00.640] lawsuit on behalf of himself and all these other clients mr. Mario killer [48:00.640 --> 48:10.000] Cuomo who decided he was gonna circumvent the law decided to sidestep the [48:10.000 --> 48:16.320] process serving he refused the process serving and he didn't let them do their [48:16.320 --> 48:25.640] job and he thinks he's going to get away with all this now any comments as to [48:25.640 --> 48:30.400] now the attorney he thought he's a good attorney this guy happens to be a good [48:30.400 --> 48:35.600] attorney and I'm just wondering because I'm not in the loop I'm wondering what [48:35.600 --> 48:45.040] you would suggest to be done to get around mr. Mario killer Cuomo and serve [48:45.040 --> 48:50.440] him with the papers what would you do in this particular case is there a law in [48:50.440 --> 48:56.600] New York that it's illegal to avoid process I'm sorry say that again broke up [48:56.600 --> 49:04.680] is there a law in New York that it's a crime to avoid legal process or to [49:04.680 --> 49:10.120] hinder the delivery of legal process okay I looked that up I don't know the [49:10.120 --> 49:16.200] answer to that but I will by the end of the night or by tomorrow okay anything [49:16.200 --> 49:20.520] else if there is then you need to file charges for that but in order to make it [49:20.520 --> 49:24.560] stick you need to video record the attempted delivery and what was said [49:24.560 --> 49:31.560] and done to avoid it you have to be able to prove he avoided it okay what [49:31.560 --> 49:39.440] would there what do you call it affidavit sign sworn affidavit you know no [49:39.440 --> 49:44.760] because you don't have any evidence to support the affidavit do you if you [49:44.760 --> 49:50.600] don't video record proof of service or the attempted service then who are you [49:50.600 --> 49:55.600] going to say you attempted to serve his subpoena or whatever it is to who [49:55.600 --> 49:59.520] intercepted you that stopped you you don't have anybody's face on video if [49:59.520 --> 50:02.880] you're not recording it who's your affidavit going to name if they didn't [50:02.880 --> 50:06.280] give you their name or refuse to give you their name how are you going to make [50:06.280 --> 50:13.600] an affidavit about that got it okay anything else well anything along that [50:13.600 --> 50:18.520] line to be able to prove it first off find out who is getting between you and [50:18.520 --> 50:26.760] the delivery what's your name who do you work for etc etc and if if they [50:26.760 --> 50:35.520] continue to interfere call a cop okay all right now there was another there's [50:35.520 --> 50:39.600] something else I was gonna so is there anything else is that it is that pretty [50:39.600 --> 50:45.120] much it well until you have actual proof of the avoidance of service and [50:45.120 --> 50:49.160] there's an actual law that says he can't do that that's all you have until you can [50:49.160 --> 50:55.600] back that up I mean he's doing nothing wrong and avoiding you if there's no [50:55.600 --> 51:01.200] law that says it's illegal right that's correct all right okay so until you get [51:01.200 --> 51:06.680] to that point what else can I tell you to do right well I I understand okay [51:06.680 --> 51:15.720] next point next question have you ever heard of Kaffir yes like okay C-A-F-R [51:15.720 --> 51:22.840] yeah comprehensive annual financial report what about it yeah all right are [51:22.840 --> 51:30.360] you familiar with a man cut by the name of Jerry day I don't know if I ever not [51:30.360 --> 51:39.160] why okay I when you Google Jerry day Kaffir he comes up with an explanation [51:39.160 --> 51:51.080] that auto really make Americans very angry furious tell me what you know [51:51.080 --> 51:57.560] about the cat well the thing is I got other callers on the board John I don't [51:57.560 --> 52:00.960] have time to go into a bunch of different stuff for no viable reason other [52:00.960 --> 52:05.440] than just to explain it if you got questions that's fine well but if you've [52:05.440 --> 52:09.680] already watched information about what the capper is my understanding of it's [52:09.680 --> 52:14.440] irrelevant unless you're going to make an argument with it and I can tell you [52:14.440 --> 52:18.600] for sure whether or not that argument's gonna be wrong okay based on the [52:18.600 --> 52:25.320] information I have about the camera okay I'll call another time okay thank you [52:25.320 --> 52:31.720] yes sir thanks for calling all right now we appear to have a first-time caller [52:31.720 --> 52:40.080] up here looks like Marilyn Lucas hello I'm actually doing a conference call [52:40.080 --> 52:46.600] with Larry so he's on the phone also I'm gonna let him talk okay Larry from [52:46.600 --> 52:55.840] Arizona all right oh okay all right Larry you're past through what up oh my [52:55.840 --> 53:07.000] god you can't hear this could be problematic oh my gosh he was just on [53:07.000 --> 53:13.280] the phone I sort of had the same problem with him a couple times yeah we tried [53:13.280 --> 53:17.600] that's all we can say yes ma'am I'm wondering where he's trying to call us [53:17.600 --> 53:23.760] from if that he can't stay connected it's his home and he does lose electricity [53:23.760 --> 53:31.000] at times but I have no idea if I knew exactly what he wanted to ask I would do [53:31.000 --> 53:36.440] it for him but I'm not I'm not familiar with it okay well just call us back when [53:36.440 --> 53:41.360] you get him I just want to let you know that I've been listening to you and I [53:41.360 --> 53:46.760] really appreciate your work well thank you I appreciate that all right have a [53:46.760 --> 53:54.600] good day you too ma'am thank you bye bye all right next up looks like truth [53:54.600 --> 54:03.040] Raider Raider what do you got have you ever heard of a channel called a YouTube [54:03.040 --> 54:12.480] channel called audit the audit yes and they had a video on the scene in [54:12.480 --> 54:16.520] Breaking Bad where they referenced my video on the scene in Breaking Bad [54:16.520 --> 54:25.800] oh okay anyway they put up videos now what they do is they play a video that [54:25.800 --> 54:29.680] they've seen that's pretty interesting between somebody and an interaction [54:29.680 --> 54:33.880] between them and the law enforcement officer police officer or or judge or [54:33.880 --> 54:40.480] whomever and at the end the narrator will evaluate and see where they were [54:40.480 --> 54:46.760] both parties did it one did things correctly and the other it seems to be [54:46.760 --> 54:52.440] pretty interesting seems to be very very well done very good yeah what about [54:52.440 --> 55:00.080] them I don't know yeah I'm just asking you've ever heard of it or ever watched [55:00.080 --> 55:10.080] any of those videos I have you have yeah I have okay cool so do you think those [55:10.080 --> 55:14.640] are pretty good they're pretty accurate from from what you're from what you're [55:14.640 --> 55:19.960] viewing it I have to say considering how much detail that go into about the court [55:19.960 --> 55:23.680] case and the explanation and all that stuff I have to say yeah they're pretty [55:23.680 --> 55:31.840] accurate okay great yeah remember like always that the one case does not suit [55:31.840 --> 55:35.080] all unless this is Supreme Court case you have to worry about what's going on [55:35.080 --> 55:41.560] between the individual states right right exactly now you were saying some [55:41.560 --> 55:48.280] time ago and in reference that that takes me to my next question that when say [55:48.280 --> 55:53.680] in the in the past that people would reference case law in court and the [55:53.680 --> 56:01.280] decisions relating to defending themselves in a case where a vehicle [56:01.280 --> 56:07.360] code or a transportation code is saying that they are you know they're [56:07.360 --> 56:11.720] liable to be responsible to respond to that and you would say that if you're [56:11.720 --> 56:17.000] quoting a case law it has to be specific to the state or it has to be something [56:17.000 --> 56:25.160] directly related to your case exactly if not it's irrelevant if you're using [56:25.160 --> 56:34.040] state-based case law yes okay so anyone who uses any of the references to [56:34.040 --> 56:39.800] something that is similar it has no bearing in your individual case [56:39.800 --> 56:44.840] concern not unless the fact pattern of what you're saying is similar is a match [56:44.840 --> 56:51.920] for what you're talking about no okay so exactly that you know for example what [56:51.920 --> 56:55.640] is it couple of caseload there you don't case deals with what is it [56:55.640 --> 56:59.960] Irvingham versus Alabama or any of that type of stuff you cannot use those [56:59.960 --> 57:05.520] type of things it depends on what the argument is you're trying to make and [57:05.520 --> 57:09.760] what it's being used for of course you can use it you just have to have it in [57:09.760 --> 57:16.600] the right context to use it right but they're not they're not gonna consider it [57:16.600 --> 57:22.480] if it isn't something that's in in reference to that to the state that you [57:22.480 --> 57:30.320] are in in your case again that depends on whether or not it's you're using [57:30.320 --> 57:34.800] Supreme Court case law or controlling federal district court case law that's [57:34.800 --> 57:41.840] governs that state and it's relevant to the facts of the case involved they're [57:41.840 --> 57:48.040] charging you under a state law that then the issue becomes has there been a [57:48.040 --> 57:56.720] federal adjudication of that state law if there isn't then state cases are all [57:56.720 --> 58:04.320] you're gonna have to rely on okay you're going to a break I had a question a [58:04.320 --> 58:08.600] little quick I got your hang on just then you ask it on the other side of [58:08.600 --> 58:14.840] the break okay all right hold on all right folks from now at the top of the [58:14.840 --> 58:19.200] hour break [01:00:57.960 --> 01:01:06.440] 10 and entering 40 today in history and recent news since the governor Greg [01:01:06.440 --> 01:01:11.120] Abbott signed House bill 1325 legalizing happen to taxes law back in June [01:01:11.120 --> 01:01:14.960] county prosecutors around the state including Houston Austin San Antonio [01:01:14.960 --> 01:01:18.480] have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new [01:01:18.480 --> 01:01:21.960] ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the [01:01:21.960 --> 01:01:26.160] laboratory equipment to test the earth for THC Margaret Moore the Travis [01:01:26.160 --> 01:01:28.960] County District Attorney announced earlier this month that she was [01:01:28.960 --> 01:01:33.080] dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of [01:01:33.080 --> 01:01:36.480] the law Mr. Abbott and other state officials and including the attorney [01:01:36.480 --> 01:01:40.040] general stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday [01:01:40.040 --> 01:01:43.440] that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these [01:01:43.440 --> 01:01:48.880] actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works as well as other [01:01:48.880 --> 01:01:54.760] cities too like the district attorney in El Paso Kyma Esparza a Democrat who [01:01:54.760 --> 01:01:59.160] also stated earlier this month that the law quote will not have an effect on the [01:01:59.160 --> 01:02:03.520] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso however the issue was succinctly [01:02:03.520 --> 01:02:07.320] summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball an assistant public defender in Harris [01:02:07.320 --> 01:02:10.920] County who stated that quote the law is constantly changing on what makes [01:02:10.920 --> 01:02:14.800] something illegal based on its chemical makeup it's important that if someone is [01:02:14.800 --> 01:02:23.360] charged with something the test matches what they're charged with a paper by [01:02:23.360 --> 01:02:27.760] Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as the [01:02:27.760 --> 01:02:32.200] first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico the specimen being only the second [01:02:32.200 --> 01:02:36.560] pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back [01:02:36.560 --> 01:02:40.880] in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean according to the University paper the [01:02:40.880 --> 01:02:45.960] sharks it creates a luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins for the [01:02:45.960 --> 01:02:52.480] purpose it is hypothesized to lure and pray may be drawn into the clothe [01:02:52.480 --> 01:03:12.280] this is book roadie with your lowdown for July 22nd 2019 [01:03:12.280 --> 01:03:38.760] all right folks we are back this is rule of law radio the calling number 512 [01:03:38.760 --> 01:03:46.480] 646 1984 okay before we went to break we were talking with truth Raider all right [01:03:46.480 --> 01:03:50.440] let's see if we can wrap this up Raider what you got okay just a couple more [01:03:50.440 --> 01:03:55.880] quick questions real quick a now do you know anybody in this whole experience [01:03:55.880 --> 01:03:59.600] during the whole seven or eight months this has been going on with this [01:03:59.600 --> 01:04:04.320] pandemic scandemic or whatever it is have you known anybody close to you or [01:04:04.320 --> 01:04:10.520] around you that's actually came down with this this illness or not I know [01:04:10.520 --> 01:04:15.120] only one person personally that was admitted to the hospital on the basis [01:04:15.120 --> 01:04:20.400] of it I do not know what his final medical diagnosis of it was though he did [01:04:20.400 --> 01:04:26.840] post on Facebook that that was what he was told he survived it he said it had [01:04:26.840 --> 01:04:29.960] him pretty good for a while but that's the only person that I am personally [01:04:29.960 --> 01:04:36.680] aware of okay so it's legitimate but it's far exaggerated and it's few and [01:04:36.680 --> 01:04:41.080] far between of what they're making us seem to believe it is they're all [01:04:41.080 --> 01:04:47.960] legitimate it's just to what degree so yeah there's lots of fakery going on [01:04:47.960 --> 01:04:51.400] about how dangerous it is and everything else not to mention just [01:04:51.400 --> 01:04:58.360] outright lies it's all basic propaganda BS for for the most part it's a fear [01:04:58.360 --> 01:05:03.560] tool just like most of the stuff they do is a fear tool but there are people who [01:05:03.560 --> 01:05:09.280] are susceptible to this particular strain of the COVID virus because they [01:05:09.280 --> 01:05:12.880] have a particular pre-existing condition that this particular virus [01:05:12.880 --> 01:05:19.240] exacerbates to a huge degree and they can have a selection of different health [01:05:19.240 --> 01:05:24.360] issues that would precipitate a much greater reaction to it than someone [01:05:24.360 --> 01:05:28.600] that is otherwise healthy or has something that it doesn't adversely [01:05:28.600 --> 01:05:35.240] interact with yeah there's any kind of heart or respiratory illness that you [01:05:35.240 --> 01:05:41.560] are chronically infected by or whatever then you are the ones that are most [01:05:41.560 --> 01:05:48.480] susceptible to it or at least you're one of the ones yeah that's what I [01:05:48.480 --> 01:05:52.800] experienced too they're very similar anyone I know that at all I've told [01:05:52.800 --> 01:05:56.360] people all over the country in certain states and how is it in your state is [01:05:56.360 --> 01:05:59.920] it really this bad they say well I can't say I don't really know anybody has [01:05:59.920 --> 01:06:05.120] they've ever heard somebody had a fever but that's about it yeah but there's no [01:06:05.120 --> 01:06:11.600] proof nine times out of ten that fever was COVID based no exactly not [01:06:11.600 --> 01:06:15.240] anyway the commenter's not going to tell you why there's a fever there's gonna [01:06:15.240 --> 01:06:22.080] tell you that it's there yeah yeah and of course I think the mask is a [01:06:22.080 --> 01:06:27.680] just symbolic of saying keep your mouth shut go along to get along I think [01:06:27.680 --> 01:06:34.520] that's what that is that's what Eric and his meeting okay finally I know it [01:06:34.520 --> 01:06:39.280] probably and you would say well what difference does it make well what do you [01:06:39.280 --> 01:06:44.280] think of this election what is your take on the legitimacy I don't think about [01:06:44.280 --> 01:06:51.080] the election one way or the other doesn't matter no there none of them are [01:06:51.080 --> 01:06:56.640] working for me so what difference does it make yeah I would say so but I don't [01:06:56.640 --> 01:07:00.680] do you do you think it was perhaps there's some there's some fraud going on [01:07:00.680 --> 01:07:06.200] in it anyway just for what it's worth I don't know I haven't witnessed anything [01:07:06.200 --> 01:07:10.600] to say one way or the other all I've got is the same hearsay and speculation [01:07:10.600 --> 01:07:14.320] everybody else has gotten I learned a long time ago that that's not proof of [01:07:14.320 --> 01:07:21.880] Jack squat exactly yeah it's entertainment that someone once said [01:07:21.880 --> 01:07:29.760] politics is entertainment for ugly people it's entertainment by ugly people [01:07:29.760 --> 01:07:36.520] too exactly all right my friend I'll go ahead and jump get on to the next one [01:07:36.520 --> 01:07:40.160] have a great night stay stay stay well and we'll talk to you later and God bless [01:07:40.160 --> 01:07:48.200] you too have a good one all right now we have Ted in Washington Ted what can we [01:07:48.200 --> 01:07:54.960] do for you hi good evening any how's the call quality well you sound fine to me [01:07:54.960 --> 01:08:00.320] how do I sound to you yeah um you sound great I'm glad that there's no issue on [01:08:00.320 --> 01:08:06.000] this end excellent thank you so I have about four questions for you tonight [01:08:06.000 --> 01:08:13.160] okay and I was wondering is it too late to add any other documents in the court [01:08:13.160 --> 01:08:21.200] record after the judge rules against my friend well in that court yes but you [01:08:21.200 --> 01:08:27.240] still have the ability to appeal the only thing you can't do on the appeal is [01:08:27.240 --> 01:08:34.640] bring up new facts that were not admitted at the at the trial okay I [01:08:34.640 --> 01:08:39.800] understand now that that those facts now let me clarify that the facts you [01:08:39.800 --> 01:08:44.840] cannot bring up a relative to the charges against your friend facts that [01:08:44.840 --> 01:08:50.120] you can raise on appeal is judicial negligence judicial incompetence judicial [01:08:50.120 --> 01:08:55.000] error things of that nature that transpired during the trial process or [01:08:55.000 --> 01:09:02.360] during the prosecutorial process at all you could raise those on appeal even [01:09:02.360 --> 01:09:07.000] though you couldn't raise them at trial but you need to be able to back them up [01:09:07.000 --> 01:09:10.560] and the way you're going to have to back them up is by the pleadings and other [01:09:10.560 --> 01:09:14.880] written objections and things like that that you may have filed and the court [01:09:14.880 --> 01:09:20.840] record itself if it was in a court of record yeah that's the thing because [01:09:20.840 --> 01:09:26.640] they just took our motion outright and denied it there was no trial we didn't [01:09:26.640 --> 01:09:31.760] get called in or scheduled I don't know it almost feels like ex parte what state [01:09:31.760 --> 01:09:41.760] was this in Washington for what kind of offense civil traffic okay so you got [01:09:41.760 --> 01:09:47.720] prosecuted without any type of due process whatsoever exactly there's no [01:09:47.720 --> 01:09:51.520] due process and I'm thinking about filing a judicial conduct complaint [01:09:51.520 --> 01:09:55.640] against the judge for due process well that only works against an actual judge [01:09:55.640 --> 01:10:03.720] and that was not a judge I mean interesting how can you say that without [01:10:03.720 --> 01:10:09.960] knowing for sure well for one thing an actual judge is not stupid enough to [01:10:09.960 --> 01:10:16.240] try to convict somebody without notification or their presence okay [01:10:16.240 --> 01:10:20.240] you most likely have if we're dealing with a civil infraction which is what [01:10:20.240 --> 01:10:25.240] it is in Washington if I'm not mistaken then what you're dealing with is some [01:10:25.240 --> 01:10:30.080] court clerk with the title of commissioner or something of that sort [01:10:30.080 --> 01:10:37.480] acting as judge jury and executioner in these proceedings now another example [01:10:37.480 --> 01:10:43.960] for instance do you have the right to a jury trial in this case [01:10:44.160 --> 01:10:49.400] I honestly don't know I mean if you didn't then it's an administrative court [01:10:49.400 --> 01:10:56.200] if it's an administrative court then it's not judicial so I need to figure out [01:10:56.200 --> 01:11:00.640] if it's administrative or not yeah [01:11:03.520 --> 01:11:07.520] okay but if there was no record and there was no due process then you most [01:11:07.520 --> 01:11:10.680] certainly should appeal it but you need to figure out what the process is and [01:11:10.680 --> 01:11:13.400] get that done because you've got a very limited amount of time to do it in most [01:11:13.400 --> 01:11:18.760] cases that's very true now now for example on the appeal when they give you [01:11:18.760 --> 01:11:23.280] a drop-dead date to a final date for which to pay the ticket on would that [01:11:23.280 --> 01:11:28.680] also be the same timeline to be able to submit an appeal not not necessarily [01:11:28.680 --> 01:11:32.800] at all you need to make darn sure you understand the difference pay the fines [01:11:32.800 --> 01:11:37.480] date has nothing to do with the appeal your trial date or in this case your [01:11:37.480 --> 01:11:47.160] railroading date okay now appeal deadline passes and we're doubly screwed no now [01:11:47.160 --> 01:11:50.560] you're going to pay whether you like it or not because you blew your chances to [01:11:50.560 --> 01:12:00.240] say no way I'm challenging what you said and did okay if you don't pay it and [01:12:00.240 --> 01:12:02.920] what's going to happen is is they're going to suspend it and then they've got [01:12:02.920 --> 01:12:10.000] another charge to hang over your head the next time I understand now the fact [01:12:10.000 --> 01:12:15.160] sheet that you sent but no license required fact sheet in Washington how [01:12:15.160 --> 01:12:20.840] can they use that is it too late to use it if you filed pleadings in this case [01:12:20.840 --> 01:12:24.160] you should have used the information in that to go find all the currently [01:12:24.160 --> 01:12:28.240] relevant statutes entered those into your legal pleadings the state of that [01:12:28.240 --> 01:12:31.720] this court lacks jurisdiction because there can be no violation of these [01:12:31.720 --> 01:12:38.960] statutes without these foregone facts being on record and they aren't because [01:12:38.960 --> 01:12:42.640] the officer acted without jurisdiction to enforce a law that had nothing to do [01:12:42.640 --> 01:12:47.440] with the activity going on and thus no jurisdiction of that statute was invoked [01:12:47.440 --> 01:12:51.760] if the statutes jurisdiction was not invoked then this commissioners court [01:12:51.760 --> 01:12:57.280] jurisdiction cannot be invoked because there was no offense that's the whole [01:12:57.280 --> 01:13:01.120] purpose of that list of statutes in that thing so you can go look them up and [01:13:01.120 --> 01:13:05.760] make that argument in writing so that you have something to appeal with when [01:13:05.760 --> 01:13:10.320] they try to railroad you anyway because clearly they're not complying with the [01:13:10.320 --> 01:13:15.160] law they're rewriting the law to suit an outcome they want and that's not due [01:13:15.160 --> 01:13:17.640] process [01:13:18.680 --> 01:13:22.480] I don't know I feel like I'm trapped because I most likely missed the [01:13:22.480 --> 01:13:30.720] deadline to help my friend and now it's well what are the rules of procedure on [01:13:30.720 --> 01:13:34.760] appealing these cases did anybody read that did you not go into this prepared [01:13:34.760 --> 01:13:42.760] and expecting what was going to happen let me let me let me clue you into this [01:13:42.760 --> 01:13:51.040] process they lie and they start a prosecution you rebut the basis of their [01:13:51.040 --> 01:13:58.800] prosecution they ignore your rebuttal and find you guilty anyway anyway okay [01:13:58.800 --> 01:14:03.840] under the rules and that's why you always make the record and do everything [01:14:03.840 --> 01:14:13.000] for the purpose of the appeal not the trial okay by that time you should [01:14:13.000 --> 01:14:17.800] already have learned two things by the time you get into that initial trial so [01:14:17.800 --> 01:14:24.840] called okay what the rules of procedure are and what the rules for appeal are and [01:14:24.840 --> 01:14:29.640] you are prepared to throw both of them at this moron sitting up there claiming [01:14:29.640 --> 01:14:35.200] to know what they're talking about while you're there you use the rules procedure [01:14:35.200 --> 01:14:38.480] to control them and what they're doing while they're sitting there and you use [01:14:38.480 --> 01:14:42.760] the rules of appellate procedure to go after them for what they did while they [01:14:42.760 --> 01:14:47.840] were sitting there in violation of those other rules of procedure you see what I'm [01:14:47.840 --> 01:14:54.520] saying not to mention violations of the law itself that's the appellate process [01:14:54.520 --> 01:14:58.400] you have to know what your timelines are you have to know what your appeal has [01:14:58.400 --> 01:15:01.720] to look like and you have to know what information you have to transfer to that [01:15:01.720 --> 01:15:06.520] court for the purpose of the appeal in order to get it heard [01:15:07.680 --> 01:15:16.000] got it okay more reasons coming up yeah and because that stuff varies from state [01:15:16.000 --> 01:15:19.760] to state according to the kind of offense and the kind of court there's no [01:15:19.760 --> 01:15:22.880] way for me to know what it is in every place for everybody that's where you [01:15:22.880 --> 01:15:29.480] have to do your own digging I understand yes sir all right Eddie well thank you [01:15:29.480 --> 01:15:35.080] so much for your guidance you're welcome good luck all right good night good [01:15:35.080 --> 01:15:41.960] night all right next up Larry in Arizona he's back again well let's see if he [01:15:41.960 --> 01:15:46.280] stays Larry are you there I'm here Eddie this time we have a little better [01:15:46.280 --> 01:15:54.680] connection okay all right so back to your land patent have you you've read that [01:15:54.680 --> 01:15:58.160] thoroughly and it does not say that the federal government relinquishes all [01:15:58.160 --> 01:16:02.160] rights and claims to the property when it was transferred through the patent no [01:16:02.160 --> 01:16:09.600] I have it sit in my lap right now and it says it is pursuant to the act of [01:16:09.600 --> 01:16:17.400] Congress approved May 20th 1982 the homestead act and acts supplemental [01:16:17.400 --> 01:16:24.680] there to well now wait a minute Arizona was a state before 1982 wasn't it for [01:16:24.680 --> 01:16:34.960] 1982 well that's what you just said was 1982 okay I'm to 1862 okay 1862 that's a [01:16:34.960 --> 01:16:46.080] little bit different okay okay then have you read that act yes does that act [01:16:46.080 --> 01:16:52.160] contain the language that a transfer via land patent does those things no not not [01:16:52.160 --> 01:16:56.400] not in the same way that your text okay well hang on let me let me do this break [01:16:56.400 --> 01:17:06.720] it will be right back to finish up it's the 2019 Logos Radio Network maybe treat it like a pump you know that's unheard of [01:19:40.920 --> 01:19:45.080] you better watch how you're talking and where you're walking or you and your [01:19:45.080 --> 01:19:50.040] homies might be lying to each other I really hate the drip but I gotta know as [01:19:50.040 --> 01:19:54.720] they comb I've seen myself in the pistol smoke I'm the kind of to your little [01:19:54.720 --> 01:19:58.560] homies want to be like all my knees in the night you said prayers in the [01:19:58.560 --> 01:20:25.880] street [01:20:25.880 --> 01:20:39.280] all right folks we are back this is rule of law radio the calling number five one [01:20:39.280 --> 01:20:44.320] two six four six nineteen eighty four if you want to call in ask questions or [01:20:44.320 --> 01:20:49.280] just have a discussion all right we are talking to Larry in Arizona all right [01:20:49.280 --> 01:20:55.840] Larry please continue okay so any the other thing I want to know is the [01:20:55.840 --> 01:21:03.320] Arizona Enabling Act says that land acquired from the United States in a [01:21:03.320 --> 01:21:11.840] convoluted way is exempt from taxation right and how do I how do I argue that [01:21:11.840 --> 01:21:16.120] in court what do you mean how do you argue that in court if that's an actual [01:21:16.120 --> 01:21:22.480] state law if it's acquired from the United States and exempt from you know [01:21:22.480 --> 01:21:25.920] you've got a land patent that says it was acquired from the United States right [01:21:25.920 --> 01:21:30.840] yeah yes I do okay have you looked up to see any other cases that have been [01:21:30.840 --> 01:21:37.120] argued over that particular act I have not been able to find a thing for Arizona [01:21:37.120 --> 01:21:42.840] okay in which case then we have the issue of state laws clearly says you [01:21:42.840 --> 01:21:48.880] can't tax it so what law are you going to rely on that defeats this state law [01:21:48.880 --> 01:21:53.200] because unless you're saying the enabling act has been superseded by some [01:21:53.200 --> 01:21:59.960] other enactment of law and the federal law to boot you kind of stuck here state [01:21:59.960 --> 01:22:06.760] okay okay let me just ask you some clarification now the enabling act I [01:22:06.760 --> 01:22:12.160] presume that's a federal law correct because the state hadn't been well I [01:22:12.160 --> 01:22:16.000] don't know you just said it was the Arizona enabling act which one is it is [01:22:16.000 --> 01:22:21.040] it a federal act or is it a state act well it's called the Arizona enabling [01:22:21.040 --> 01:22:26.440] act but it was okay but what is it have you read it yeah oh yeah I've read it [01:22:26.440 --> 01:22:30.960] yeah okay then who enacted it was it the United States Congress or was it the [01:22:30.960 --> 01:22:37.680] state of Arizona okay Congress enacted it okay then it's a federal law okay so [01:22:37.680 --> 01:22:45.840] it's okay okay and then and then when I get to court if I'm gonna have to [01:22:45.840 --> 01:22:53.480] prove up my patent you just said you had a copy of it like what I do but but do [01:22:53.480 --> 01:22:58.560] how much I have a copy of it you know assigned to the original person I have [01:22:58.560 --> 01:23:04.200] the paperwork that I filed saying that I'm claiming it I mean do I have to give [01:23:04.200 --> 01:23:08.160] them like you know a chain of title and things to the court or just you can't [01:23:08.160 --> 01:23:13.680] get a patent in your name without a chain of title I in order for you to go to [01:23:13.680 --> 01:23:17.880] court and argue against the taxation you have to have your name on that on that [01:23:17.880 --> 01:23:21.720] property and the only way you're going to do that is to have it carry forward in [01:23:21.720 --> 01:23:28.160] your name that plot of it okay so you have to do everything that's required to [01:23:28.160 --> 01:23:34.280] get to get a new patent issued in your name as an error or an assigned okay [01:23:34.280 --> 01:23:40.400] now Arizona Arizona does not do that what the way they they're doing the [01:23:40.400 --> 01:23:51.000] paperwork here is I filed a declaration of claim of the someone has to do that [01:23:51.000 --> 01:23:56.120] otherwise they are violating the patent that was originally issued under the [01:23:56.120 --> 01:24:01.400] federal government if the federal government says that there can be errors [01:24:01.400 --> 01:24:06.840] in the signs to this property under this patent then someone is tasked with the [01:24:06.840 --> 01:24:12.680] transfer of that to those errors in the signs any parcels of land covered by [01:24:12.680 --> 01:24:22.400] that patent someone has to do it to not do it is to commit fraud [01:24:24.480 --> 01:24:30.040] otherwise any error or a sign can say I claim this parcel of land under this [01:24:30.040 --> 01:24:33.680] patent and they can take anything that anybody else has already tried to lay [01:24:33.680 --> 01:24:39.960] claim to because no one's got paperwork saying who actually owns it okay how's [01:24:39.960 --> 01:24:46.320] that supposed to work okay the attorney that I used we we got the we got the [01:24:46.320 --> 01:24:52.480] chain of title and at the end of the chain of title we have some documents [01:24:52.480 --> 01:24:58.320] that you don't say that I'm claiming the forever benefit from from the original [01:24:58.320 --> 01:25:05.360] patent and that was specifically legally described plot of land right yes yes [01:25:05.360 --> 01:25:10.160] and that legal description is in that that information you just talked about [01:25:10.160 --> 01:25:18.800] yes and it's a same description that's on the original patent okay so if you [01:25:18.800 --> 01:25:24.040] already have an attorney that's got that carry forward in your name then what [01:25:24.040 --> 01:25:29.840] else is it you thinking you need well I'm just wondering what I have to do that [01:25:29.840 --> 01:25:33.720] you think that's sufficient to offer up to the court I don't know I don't know [01:25:33.720 --> 01:25:39.120] what you have I'm only going by what you've told me I don't know if what you [01:25:39.120 --> 01:25:46.840] have is now a newly issued patent that has your name on it that's what the [01:25:46.840 --> 01:25:50.960] attorney you were paying should have told you what does this document you just [01:25:50.960 --> 01:25:56.480] gave me do for me what does it mean when I sue the state for collecting taxes on [01:25:56.480 --> 01:26:01.680] property illegally under the terms of the patent issue and federal law under [01:26:01.680 --> 01:26:08.080] the enabling act those are questions you need to ask the attorney that got you [01:26:08.080 --> 01:26:18.080] that paperwork okay okay because I don't know what state law or federal law he [01:26:18.080 --> 01:26:23.640] used to get that paperwork and I don't know what that paperwork is I don't know [01:26:23.640 --> 01:26:27.040] what it's supposed to accomplish or how it's supposed to accomplish it so I [01:26:27.040 --> 01:26:30.520] can't give you any information on what it does for you and if it's all you need [01:26:30.520 --> 01:26:35.720] yeah okay okay well I think you've answered my questions for this evening [01:26:35.720 --> 01:26:40.320] then okay but that attorney you paid him good money to tell you those things [01:26:40.320 --> 01:26:44.640] when he got you that far if all he was doing was creating documents on the fly [01:26:44.640 --> 01:26:49.720] and doing nothing of any value to you what you pay him for to fabricate [01:26:49.720 --> 01:26:55.040] documentation that doesn't help you right well yeah okay I have to get a [01:26:55.040 --> 01:27:02.040] better explanation from him but all right anything else I think that'll do it [01:27:02.040 --> 01:27:08.560] I appreciate your time Eddie sir thanks for calling back okay thank you yes sir [01:27:08.560 --> 01:27:15.760] okay that was my last caller I need some more 512 646 1984 folks if you want to [01:27:15.760 --> 01:27:18.840] call in and ask some more questions I got a half an hour left to fill in this [01:27:18.840 --> 01:27:27.640] show okay so hopefully we got all those answered and we can go from there so [01:27:27.640 --> 01:27:31.920] back to the original discussion and the seminar material and all the laws and all [01:27:31.920 --> 01:27:37.640] the other stuff that's going on with this if we don't start understanding how [01:27:37.640 --> 01:27:42.800] they're taking the various laws and using them to abuse us for their own [01:27:42.800 --> 01:27:48.920] benefit then America as we know it is already dead and gone because Americans [01:27:48.920 --> 01:27:52.880] are no longer free we no longer have rights we only have whatever benefits [01:27:52.880 --> 01:27:58.200] and privileges our government is willing to extend to us on any given day no [01:27:58.200 --> 01:28:02.960] matter what lip service they paid to us having those things you can tell by their [01:28:02.960 --> 01:28:07.360] actions they don't believe it and they damn sure don't honor it so where does [01:28:07.360 --> 01:28:13.840] that leave us okay without learning what they're doing and how they're doing it [01:28:13.840 --> 01:28:18.560] and understanding what the law says and means they will continue to get away [01:28:18.560 --> 01:28:23.760] with this this was the whole purpose this show was brought on the air to make [01:28:23.760 --> 01:28:28.640] sure that you had the best most relevant information possible as thoroughly [01:28:28.640 --> 01:28:32.960] presented as we can make it so that you could grasp the big picture of what's [01:28:32.960 --> 01:28:36.640] being said and done and how it's supposed to work versus how they're making it [01:28:36.640 --> 01:28:42.040] work and for all those folks out there that has supported us and all this time [01:28:42.040 --> 01:28:46.080] especially sending us individual donations and such from the bottom of my [01:28:46.080 --> 01:28:51.000] heart thank you so very much I could not have survived these years on this show [01:28:51.000 --> 01:28:54.960] doing what I've been doing and trying to get this stuff learned and [01:28:54.960 --> 01:29:00.480] internalized and ready to bring to you without your support I just couldn't [01:29:00.480 --> 01:29:04.240] have done it I would have starved to death by now I'd have been living under a [01:29:04.240 --> 01:29:08.680] bridge somewhere and that's just the facts of it so everything you've done [01:29:08.680 --> 01:29:13.600] to keep us on the air and to help me you know pay my bills and survive everybody [01:29:13.600 --> 01:29:17.920] I want you to know I appreciate that more than you can imagine but the point [01:29:17.920 --> 01:29:24.560] is this goes beyond for me my soul survival I could care less about being [01:29:24.560 --> 01:29:28.760] on this show if I wasn't helping somebody accomplish something if I wasn't [01:29:28.760 --> 01:29:33.680] doing any good by being here now the stuff that I've got people to call me [01:29:33.680 --> 01:29:42.280] about and talk to me about they're telling me that I've helped them they're [01:29:42.280 --> 01:29:46.840] telling me that they did the things I said and it worked and they got what [01:29:46.840 --> 01:29:52.080] they needed out of it in the end and that's great I am all for that but you [01:29:52.080 --> 01:29:56.320] have to understand folks that if it's not working for you then there's something [01:29:56.320 --> 01:30:01.120] you're not following through on you're not doing something it seems like [01:30:01.120 --> 01:30:04.840] everywhere you turn nowadays someone wants your name social security number [01:30:04.840 --> 01:30:08.160] and date of birth but you should think twice before giving away your odds are very very good that you're not doing something [01:34:15.480 --> 01:34:20.440] correctly because everything we give you can be verified by simply looking at [01:34:20.440 --> 01:34:25.920] what the law is and what it says and what it requires the state and the other [01:34:25.920 --> 01:34:31.120] actors to do and when they're not doing it they are in violation of that and [01:34:31.120 --> 01:34:37.680] because they're in violation of that you have a legitimate claim of error on [01:34:37.680 --> 01:34:43.680] appeal so even if you lose it trial the appeal should overturn it because your [01:34:43.680 --> 01:34:50.440] rights were violated at the trial level from the get-go and it's right there in [01:34:50.440 --> 01:34:54.600] black and white but you have to understand what you're doing and what [01:34:54.600 --> 01:34:59.080] they're required to do in order to catch it and make it a part of the record so [01:34:59.080 --> 01:35:03.960] that you can appeal it because they will do everything possible in case you [01:35:03.960 --> 01:35:08.840] haven't noticed to cover their tracks and make themselves look legitimate when in [01:35:08.840 --> 01:35:14.840] fact they absolutely are not when everything they do is intended to defraud [01:35:14.840 --> 01:35:19.880] the public for their own benefit you cannot expect this to be a fair process [01:35:19.880 --> 01:35:28.960] and here in Texas we have some of the most narcissistic individuals with bar [01:35:28.960 --> 01:35:32.920] cards you could ever hope to have you can't tell one of them they're wrong [01:35:32.920 --> 01:35:37.280] even when you can show him in black and white law that he doesn't have a clue [01:35:37.280 --> 01:35:44.840] what he's talking about he will never be wrong if he can help it and that ladies [01:35:44.840 --> 01:35:48.840] gentlemen is part of the reason we work so hard to get you to understand how [01:35:48.840 --> 01:35:55.640] this works because until we get them to be we force them into a corner where [01:35:55.640 --> 01:36:02.360] they can't just ignore everything they're doing they win and they will [01:36:02.360 --> 01:36:08.160] continue there's no ifs and buts about that they will continue to do it we've [01:36:08.160 --> 01:36:14.440] seen it time and time again it's always the way it works so what do we do how [01:36:14.440 --> 01:36:21.000] do we do it same thing as always we read we study we educate ourselves we [01:36:21.000 --> 01:36:27.160] practice whenever and however we can we read we research some more and we do it [01:36:27.160 --> 01:36:32.640] till it becomes second nature we read the statutes until we can we virtually [01:36:32.640 --> 01:36:36.640] have them committed verbatim to memory we can cross-reference them we can cite [01:36:36.640 --> 01:36:40.920] them we can tell you which part goes to which part and how they interact and [01:36:40.920 --> 01:36:49.480] etc etc etc because that puts us ahead of them in every respect because none of [01:36:49.480 --> 01:36:55.120] them will do this none of them have shown any capability of doing this they [01:36:55.120 --> 01:37:01.640] will only go as far as they need to go to win which means if you win as far as [01:37:01.640 --> 01:37:06.200] you possibly could they could not win because everything they would throw out [01:37:06.200 --> 01:37:14.160] you would have a counter for for every statute they say well that's not what [01:37:14.160 --> 01:37:18.320] this means I was going oh really based upon your reading of this statute this [01:37:18.320 --> 01:37:21.800] statute this statute this statute in this statute how do you conclude that that [01:37:21.800 --> 01:37:30.480] is not what that means when it when by your own use of it it violates all of [01:37:30.480 --> 01:37:35.480] these other statutes if you're right how would you explain that whereas my [01:37:35.480 --> 01:37:40.000] explanation harmonizes with all of these other statutes and they work [01:37:40.000 --> 01:37:46.600] cohesively with each other in a way that makes the law operate correctly so how [01:37:46.600 --> 01:37:55.320] are you right do we put them in that corner they'll keep doing their dog and [01:37:55.320 --> 01:38:01.160] pony show don't doubt it because it's what they're good at it's what they [01:38:01.160 --> 01:38:10.360] survive on it's how they have made a career for themselves these are showman [01:38:10.360 --> 01:38:15.080] they're not in overly intelligent people in a lot of ways they're showman they [01:38:15.080 --> 01:38:19.560] have learned how to play the game and make a show of it they can appear [01:38:19.560 --> 01:38:25.080] intelligent until they encounter someone who actually is and someone who [01:38:25.080 --> 01:38:29.440] actually knows and someone who can actually argue with them toe-toe in a [01:38:29.440 --> 01:38:38.080] way they can't beat then they resort to threats and that's how you know you've [01:38:38.080 --> 01:38:45.480] won the moment they abandon the law and resort to threats and coercive [01:38:45.480 --> 01:38:54.600] intimidation they've lost the argument and they know it but they're going to do [01:38:54.600 --> 01:39:01.840] it anyway this is why we always do our stuff in writing folks I can't repeat [01:39:01.840 --> 01:39:05.280] that enough for everybody out there just like the gentleman that called earlier [01:39:05.280 --> 01:39:09.360] about the Washington case where I was saying you said you filed a motion and [01:39:09.360 --> 01:39:14.440] they just denied it out of hand what else did you file I don't know you needed [01:39:14.440 --> 01:39:21.080] to have filed everything necessary to bring up every error they made in the [01:39:21.080 --> 01:39:26.720] prosecutorial process every right they violated the prosecutorial process every [01:39:26.720 --> 01:39:32.160] law they broke every rule of procedure they ignored in that pretrial and trial [01:39:32.160 --> 01:39:38.360] process also that you have a record for the purpose of appeal that written [01:39:38.360 --> 01:39:45.120] record is all that's going to be on your side guaranteed yes you're generating a [01:39:45.120 --> 01:39:51.440] lot of paper but guess what that paper is what will save your butt that paper [01:39:51.440 --> 01:39:59.440] is what will prove your point filing something after the fact that doesn't [01:39:59.440 --> 01:40:05.640] show anything about all these other violations isn't helping you it's [01:40:05.640 --> 01:40:08.800] throwing it's throwing yourself basically at the mercy of the court and [01:40:08.800 --> 01:40:12.080] the court's going to go well I don't know what you're asking for mercy for the [01:40:12.080 --> 01:40:15.080] first court got it all right because we don't have anything saying they didn't [01:40:15.080 --> 01:40:26.520] so we uphold their decision pay the fine it's the thing about all these people [01:40:26.520 --> 01:40:31.800] who keep trying to disparage me call me a coop tell me I'm wrong but I don't know [01:40:31.800 --> 01:40:36.120] what I'm talking about that I've never known what I'm talking about and I can [01:40:36.120 --> 01:40:41.160] say with 100% certainty that not a damn one of those people knows what I know [01:40:41.160 --> 01:40:45.680] has read what I've read and has connected the dots that I've connected [01:40:45.680 --> 01:40:50.240] therefore their opinion means absolutely nothing to me on this subject [01:40:50.240 --> 01:40:55.760] they can sit there and they say me all day long and I am not gonna care why [01:40:55.760 --> 01:41:00.480] because until they can answer me point by point in the same way that I addressed [01:41:00.480 --> 01:41:06.680] it they don't have a leg to stand on they're making it up they're basing it [01:41:06.680 --> 01:41:12.960] off of their own opinion not the law and when they do use the law they use one [01:41:12.960 --> 01:41:18.040] little piece of it instead of the whole thing and when I throw the whole thing at [01:41:18.040 --> 01:41:23.680] them it shatters their intended use of that one little piece [01:41:25.960 --> 01:41:33.600] there is not an attorney alive who will out argue me on these statutes not one [01:41:33.600 --> 01:41:41.040] in fact I have yet to find one who is willing to try because every time we [01:41:41.040 --> 01:41:44.880] start up a discussion about it and they start going well this is what this is [01:41:44.880 --> 01:41:48.800] and this is what this isn't going no that's a presumption on your part based [01:41:48.800 --> 01:41:52.200] solely on what you're reading there outside of the context of all these [01:41:52.200 --> 01:41:56.200] other parts which you cannot do and come up with a legitimate understanding of [01:41:56.200 --> 01:42:01.080] that statute now you read it in conjunction with this this this and this [01:42:01.080 --> 01:42:06.040] and your understanding must reach something different because the one you've [01:42:06.040 --> 01:42:12.560] reached conflicts with one or more of these others therefore it's invalid [01:42:15.640 --> 01:42:22.360] when you can do that and they can't you win when you can shoot down their [01:42:22.360 --> 01:42:29.400] efforts to take it and throw it out like it means nothing you win but until you [01:42:29.400 --> 01:42:36.400] can do it you lose there is no doubt it's a rig game folks it's been a rig [01:42:36.400 --> 01:42:41.520] game for a very long time the moment public service came about the paycheck [01:42:41.520 --> 01:42:46.400] and the coffers of the state over justice and the rights and service to the [01:42:46.400 --> 01:42:53.640] people we lost control of this system we lost control of those in it who no [01:42:53.640 --> 01:42:59.200] longer see their duty to the public they see only their duty to those under [01:42:59.200 --> 01:43:06.400] whom they work and they don't think that's us they think it's their boss none [01:43:06.400 --> 01:43:10.600] of them understand and none of them want to understand that's the worst part [01:43:10.600 --> 01:43:14.280] they don't want to understand because with that understanding comes [01:43:14.280 --> 01:43:21.640] accountability and responsibility and they don't want that either the biggest [01:43:21.640 --> 01:43:31.120] fear of any public servant is responsibility the second thing they fear [01:43:31.120 --> 01:43:37.880] in conjunction with responsibility is accountability they don't want either [01:43:37.880 --> 01:43:43.440] one of them if at all possible they want to be able to pass the buck as if it [01:43:43.440 --> 01:43:47.200] never had any reason to slow down in front of them and they want to be [01:43:47.200 --> 01:43:53.080] completely unaccountable for any action they took without blame y'all hang on [01:43:53.080 --> 01:43:57.200] and we'll be back for the last segment of nurses all got around they gave to the wide wonder that's a joy they have found [01:46:14.000 --> 01:46:22.000] the nurse spoke up to leave this world she could tell right away [01:46:22.000 --> 01:46:41.720] all right folks we are back for the last segment of the rule of law radio show [01:46:41.720 --> 01:46:48.840] okay once again this was November 9th 2020 we were live tonight and all the [01:46:48.840 --> 01:47:01.920] issues are in doubt we hope and so I don't I don't really know where to go [01:47:01.920 --> 01:47:07.520] from here with the information that I try to help people with I talked to as [01:47:07.520 --> 01:47:11.160] many people as possible when they have issues and I try to help as many as I [01:47:11.160 --> 01:47:16.040] can it doesn't as much as I would like to be able to make money from that very [01:47:16.040 --> 01:47:21.720] few people have any money to actually pay me and so the donations are what's [01:47:21.720 --> 01:47:26.680] kept me going and again very much appreciate those but the fact of the [01:47:26.680 --> 01:47:31.760] matter is folks is that there's a reason why this is not the kind of work [01:47:31.760 --> 01:47:38.720] somebody should be asked to do for free it's not easy it's a time sink it takes [01:47:38.720 --> 01:47:43.760] a lot of effort to learn this information and to put it in a form that [01:47:43.760 --> 01:47:49.960] someone else can make use of without becoming just as familiar that especially [01:47:49.960 --> 01:47:53.360] is true when you're having to produce legal documents and things of that [01:47:53.360 --> 01:48:01.160] nature because the other person is not capable of doing that now that's why the [01:48:01.160 --> 01:48:08.480] donations help us so much I wish we could do all this stuff for free in every [01:48:08.480 --> 01:48:12.320] respect but ain't nobody here independently wealthy so it just doesn't [01:48:12.320 --> 01:48:17.240] work out that way so everything you can do for us we appreciate whether it's to [01:48:17.240 --> 01:48:24.440] the network or to us as individuals it's so greatly appreciated now for those [01:48:24.440 --> 01:48:29.840] of you out there that have been following my group and me on Facebook I am [01:48:29.840 --> 01:48:34.040] seriously considering dumping that platform entirely and moving over to [01:48:34.040 --> 01:48:40.600] me we and a couple others that aren't probably won't be parlor parlor wants to [01:48:40.600 --> 01:48:43.360] give me to give them too much personal information to create an account and I'm [01:48:43.360 --> 01:48:48.160] just not going to do that especially myself on number of stuff I'm not going [01:48:48.160 --> 01:48:56.040] to give that out to someplace like that so that said my traffic on Facebook is [01:48:56.040 --> 01:48:59.360] going to go down and my appearances on Facebook are going to go down because I'm [01:48:59.360 --> 01:49:03.840] just not going to be spending as much time there I'm trying not to spend time [01:49:03.840 --> 01:49:08.240] on any of them if I can help it to the truth I've got too much on my plate with [01:49:08.240 --> 01:49:12.680] this other stuff trying to get the seminar material done working on the [01:49:12.680 --> 01:49:17.240] stuff for the aquaponics and all that other stuff I've got my hands into right [01:49:17.240 --> 01:49:22.960] now and trying to get better at and understand more of I just got an awful [01:49:22.960 --> 01:49:29.280] lot of stuff on my plate and I spent the years I've been on this radio show [01:49:29.280 --> 01:49:35.200] trying to create as many people like myself as I possibly could people who [01:49:35.200 --> 01:49:41.800] could learn this people who would know it to such an extent that they didn't [01:49:41.800 --> 01:49:47.360] need me or anyone like me they can handle it on their own the whole purpose [01:49:47.360 --> 01:49:51.680] for me has been to clone as much of the knowledge as I've accumulated on these [01:49:51.680 --> 01:50:01.440] subjects back out to you as I possibly could unfortunately I'm can only do so [01:50:01.440 --> 01:50:06.320] much in that regard the rest of it becomes up to you to facilitate and make [01:50:06.320 --> 01:50:13.680] worthwhile to bear fruit I know where to start but I can't see it through for [01:50:13.680 --> 01:50:19.800] you I can get you on the right path but I can't walk it for you and that's [01:50:19.800 --> 01:50:24.840] pretty much true of anything on any show on this network we can give you a [01:50:24.840 --> 01:50:30.360] direction we can give you information to start out with but you have to remember [01:50:30.360 --> 01:50:35.800] that we're talking about the place where we generally live like Texas law for [01:50:35.800 --> 01:50:43.840] example versus law everywhere federal law things of that nature so a lot of the [01:50:43.840 --> 01:50:48.160] stuff that we deal with is something that you have to take and adapt for your [01:50:48.160 --> 01:50:53.440] own use where you live you have to find the things that are similar and learn [01:50:53.440 --> 01:51:00.320] from them where you live it's difficult I know I've been there everything about [01:51:00.320 --> 01:51:04.480] this is self-taught no one taught me how to do this I had to figure it out for [01:51:04.480 --> 01:51:08.600] myself I couldn't even talk to attorneys about this stuff because they [01:51:08.600 --> 01:51:13.680] always wanted to charge money to sit down and have a discussion and I just [01:51:13.680 --> 01:51:17.000] wasn't willing to pay somebody to give me bad information when it turned which [01:51:17.000 --> 01:51:21.760] it turns out too many of them would they'll tell you something when in [01:51:21.760 --> 01:51:27.440] fact that is not what the law says so I had to come to the conclusion that [01:51:27.440 --> 01:51:32.440] instead of paying somebody to lie to me or to give me disinformation I should [01:51:32.440 --> 01:51:36.640] just sit down and devote myself to learning it on my own straight from the [01:51:36.640 --> 01:51:42.080] source the law the written law and that's what I did that's what most of [01:51:42.080 --> 01:51:47.120] the people on this show have done we sit and discuss it amongst ourselves when [01:51:47.120 --> 01:51:52.080] we're able but for the most part we go into it we read it then we go find all [01:51:52.080 --> 01:51:55.760] the other stuff that's relevant to that particular piece and we try to put it [01:51:55.760 --> 01:52:00.560] together and see does the way I'm thinking about this conflict with any of [01:52:00.560 --> 01:52:06.600] the other parts if it does then I've got something wrong if it doesn't then I [01:52:06.600 --> 01:52:11.360] may have found the the way that it is supposed to harmonize then I try to see [01:52:11.360 --> 01:52:16.480] if there's more than one way for it to harmonize and guess what nine times out [01:52:16.480 --> 01:52:24.400] of ten there is not the laws and statutes can only harmonize one way and [01:52:24.400 --> 01:52:32.120] all of them be satisfied okay if they harmonize in any other form or fashion [01:52:32.120 --> 01:52:38.320] then it becomes a hit and miss and for the law to be consistent and just it [01:52:38.320 --> 01:52:44.320] cannot fall within the category of hit and miss and that folks is what you [01:52:44.320 --> 01:52:49.720] have to learn that is what you have to do every time you learn some part of it [01:52:49.720 --> 01:52:56.360] is to make sure that you don't have a hit and miss situation going on does the [01:52:56.360 --> 01:53:02.200] reasoning you and conclusions you reached on this statute harmonize with all [01:53:02.200 --> 01:53:08.280] other statutes that deal with the same subject matter if it does you're on the [01:53:08.280 --> 01:53:13.000] right track if it doesn't rethink what you're doing and why you're doing it [01:53:13.000 --> 01:53:17.960] okay try to look at all of it from the very beginning before you reach that [01:53:17.960 --> 01:53:22.920] conclusion because only by knowing all of it that's out there can you harmonize [01:53:22.920 --> 01:53:27.280] that conclusion from the beginning otherwise it's okay well let's come up [01:53:27.280 --> 01:53:32.360] with a theory based on this statute and then you run into oh wait a minute here's [01:53:32.360 --> 01:53:38.000] a statute over here that says this well if this is this and this is this then my [01:53:38.000 --> 01:53:44.160] theory no longer works because it there's a class here and this ladies and [01:53:44.160 --> 01:53:47.640] gentlemen this where a lot of the patron that stuff comes from to believe it or [01:53:47.640 --> 01:53:54.880] not I have someone on Facebook who posted a thing about if people knew what I knew [01:53:54.880 --> 01:53:58.160] and it studied the laws on the history of the birth certificate then they would [01:53:58.160 --> 01:54:01.560] know that all these arguments about the birth certificate are correct and this [01:54:01.560 --> 01:54:07.200] when they're done this this this this way the problem is is the link she posted [01:54:07.200 --> 01:54:13.120] to the law she was studying I could not find one thing in the law that proved [01:54:13.120 --> 01:54:19.480] any of these stuff that she was claiming the arguments supporting I couldn't find [01:54:19.480 --> 01:54:23.520] anything in the written law dealing with birth certificates for the particular [01:54:23.520 --> 01:54:29.240] purpose it was being mentioned and it was not the law she posted had nothing to [01:54:29.240 --> 01:54:34.600] do with stating why birth certificates existed in the first place and what [01:54:34.600 --> 01:54:39.360] their legitimate use purpose was and why they were required or not required or [01:54:39.360 --> 01:54:43.560] thought to be required or implemented none of the law she posted covered any of [01:54:43.560 --> 01:54:49.080] that so just exactly what law is it that she says she's been studying in order to [01:54:49.080 --> 01:54:56.040] reach the conclusions she's reached to the arguments are correct the only law [01:54:56.040 --> 01:55:00.360] the only time the birth certificate came into play in the law that she posted was [01:55:00.360 --> 01:55:04.120] in saying when the birth certificate had to be shown for the purpose of this [01:55:04.120 --> 01:55:13.360] type of federal job you get that not why the birth certificate existed not what [01:55:13.360 --> 01:55:19.480] it was being used for not what law allegedly allowed it to be created as a [01:55:19.480 --> 01:55:25.360] tradable commodity on the stock market she couldn't point to any of those laws [01:55:25.360 --> 01:55:29.560] she didn't include any of those laws if there are any such laws which I've never [01:55:29.560 --> 01:55:35.760] been able to find by the way and yet she's claiming that if you knew what I [01:55:35.760 --> 01:55:41.280] knew you'd see why the birth certificate arguments are right well I'm sorry I if [01:55:41.280 --> 01:55:45.640] what you're relying on is a set of statutes you posted links for I read it [01:55:45.640 --> 01:55:49.400] from beginning to end I went through it and crossed out everything I could find [01:55:49.400 --> 01:55:54.000] I went looked up the definitions that you did not link to to find out that half [01:55:54.000 --> 01:55:58.360] the stuff you're inferring doesn't mean what you think it means because it's [01:55:58.360 --> 01:56:02.160] defined differently in other parts of the statute than how you're reading it [01:56:02.160 --> 01:56:10.440] right here the actual definitions that belong to this nobody went looked up and [01:56:10.440 --> 01:56:13.360] so you're just coming up with this crap off the top of your head and saying this [01:56:13.360 --> 01:56:18.480] is what it is and that ladies and gentlemen is not the way to do it it [01:56:18.480 --> 01:56:31.480] has never been the way to do it so it takes effort it takes a real concentrated [01:56:31.480 --> 01:56:37.760] effort to understand it and to do it okay so that you don't make those kinds of [01:56:37.760 --> 01:56:44.560] mistakes that you don't base your entire theory on a fault line or a sinkhole [01:56:44.560 --> 01:56:48.080] that's going to get yanked right out from under you the first time somebody [01:56:48.080 --> 01:56:52.200] shakes the ground with a counter argument because that's what's going to [01:56:52.200 --> 01:56:57.720] happen somebody who's read more than you have and done the better-do diligence [01:56:57.720 --> 01:57:02.800] than you have is going to shoot you down and all you're going to be able to do is [01:57:02.800 --> 01:57:08.280] scream you cheated you got it wrong you're doing it wrong because you refuse to [01:57:08.280 --> 01:57:12.800] acknowledge that your understanding was far more limited than it had to be and [01:57:12.800 --> 01:57:19.760] you've based your premise on faulty information because you didn't do the [01:57:19.760 --> 01:57:24.960] necessary reading and research and connection of the dots you want to know [01:57:24.960 --> 01:57:32.160] why you lose in court that's it right there that's why you lose [01:57:35.400 --> 01:57:41.240] we do the best we can to help
