[00:00.000 --> 00:06.800] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown. [00:06.800 --> 00:13.040] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 Open with Precious Metals Gold $1,429 an ounce [00:13.040 --> 00:17.760] Silver $16.45 an ounce Copper $2.75 an ounce [00:17.760 --> 00:20.960] Oil Texas Crude $55.63 a barrel [00:20.960 --> 00:25.480] Brent Crude $62.47 a barrel Crypto is an order of market cap [00:25.480 --> 00:32.440] Bitcoin Core $10,566.52 Ethereum $227.26 [00:32.440 --> 00:37.240] XRP Ripple $0.33 White Coin $100.31 [00:37.240 --> 00:41.560] Bitcoin Cash $324.10 Crypto Coin [00:41.560 --> 00:52.480] In history, the year 1916, the preparedness day bombing, a timed suitcase bomb, was detonated [00:52.480 --> 00:57.800] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Prepared-to-Stay Parade, killing [00:57.800 --> 01:04.800] 10 and injuring 40. [01:04.800 --> 01:09.840] And recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing Hempon attacks [01:09.840 --> 01:14.440] his law back in June, county prosecutors around the state including Houston, Austin and San [01:14.440 --> 01:18.880] Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones [01:18.880 --> 01:22.880] since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to [01:22.880 --> 01:24.840] test the herb for THC. [01:24.840 --> 01:28.480] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that [01:28.480 --> 01:33.000] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:33.000 --> 01:34.000] law. [01:34.000 --> 01:37.640] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:37.640 --> 01:42.160] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:42.160 --> 01:48.280] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works. [01:48.280 --> 01:54.520] As well as other cities too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Cayma Esparza, a Democrat [01:54.520 --> 01:59.040] who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the [01:59.040 --> 02:01.800] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.800 --> 02:06.800] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [02:06.800 --> 02:10.800] in Harris County who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes [02:10.800 --> 02:13.520] something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.520 --> 02:17.400] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're [02:17.400 --> 02:22.640] charged with. [02:22.640 --> 02:27.280] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark [02:27.280 --> 02:32.400] as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket [02:32.400 --> 02:38.040] shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East [02:38.040 --> 02:39.540] Pacific Ocean. [02:39.540 --> 02:43.840] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [02:43.840 --> 02:50.080] its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the [02:50.080 --> 03:16.420] glow. [03:16.420 --> 03:20.420] This is what happens when you calm the cops, this is what happens when you calm the cops, [03:20.420 --> 03:23.420] you get your rights violated or you all get shot. [03:23.420 --> 03:27.420] I'm looking for people being victimized by criminal cops, psychopathic predators, [03:27.420 --> 03:30.420] terrorizing neighborhood blocks, pick up with pepper spray made cuffs. [03:30.420 --> 03:35.420] Alright folks, good evening. This is the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show with your host Eddie Craig. [03:35.420 --> 03:38.420] It is October 12th, 2020. [03:38.420 --> 03:44.420] Well, we are about to roll right on through this year and right into the next one as well. [03:44.420 --> 03:52.420] Now, real quick, I want to talk about the devils that are mixed. [03:52.420 --> 03:58.420] And I'm not speaking biblically, I'm talking about human nature-wise kind of devils. [03:58.420 --> 04:04.420] Just evil individuals from the ground up in positions of power that they should never have been allowed to have [04:04.420 --> 04:11.420] and yet still not only were allowed to have, but are still actually holding those positions. [04:11.420 --> 04:15.420] Despite what has become known about them. [04:15.420 --> 04:25.420] This particular event has been going on since at least 2016 in Richmond, California and that particular area of the US. [04:25.420 --> 04:31.420] But it's not the only place where this kind of thing is going on. You can bet your bottom dollar on it. [04:31.420 --> 04:42.420] But in this particular case, we had five Richmond, California police officers, one of which was a high-ranking lieutenant, [04:42.420 --> 04:55.420] in charge of, get this, the youth service division of his department, who were exploiting children by sex trafficking them. [04:55.420 --> 05:07.420] By having sex acts with them so that the kids could get out of being arrested for whatever offenses they may or may not have actually committed. [05:07.420 --> 05:15.420] But in order not to be harassed by the cops, they had to submit themselves to this type of abuse from these police officers. [05:15.420 --> 05:31.420] And California passed a new law that required that records relating to offenses such as this by police officers had to be made public. [05:31.420 --> 05:40.420] They had to be made public and offered up for full disclosure when requested and publicly once it was found out they existed. [05:40.420 --> 05:55.420] The problem here is that the new law doesn't carry any form of punishment associated with the information disclosed by those records. [05:55.420 --> 06:09.420] The new law goes to show you what will happen to protect the guard dogs of the system and those that control it, even when they are exposed. [06:09.420 --> 06:20.420] Because under this law these officers were, they had citations filed against them in their records, but they weren't fired. [06:20.420 --> 06:25.420] They weren't prosecuted. They weren't held accountable in any way. [06:25.420 --> 06:34.420] And those that were suspended or resigned due to the reporting fought to get their jobs back and did. [06:34.420 --> 06:46.420] Because the new law doesn't do anything to prevent them from getting those jobs back or holding them even though the records disclosed prove them to be absolutely criminal in their conduct. [06:46.420 --> 06:53.420] We are talking about people in power exploiting children. [06:53.420 --> 07:07.420] And yet all of these people that may say the stuff that I talk about about what the cops do to us on a regular basis, they can find a reasonable way to argue that it just ain't so. [07:07.420 --> 07:21.420] You think they'll use kids for this type of thing, but then you are not willing to believe that they will steal from us through fraud on a daily basis by misrepresenting and misapplying the law to suit their own ends. [07:21.420 --> 07:25.420] And that the rest of the justice system isn't involved in it. [07:25.420 --> 07:34.420] Just like the rest of the justice system isn't involved in the fact that these cops are still cops. [07:34.420 --> 07:38.420] Because nobody prosecuted them, nobody even tried. [07:38.420 --> 07:46.420] Not the district attorney, not the city attorney, not the state attorney, nobody. [07:46.420 --> 07:55.420] What are we the people allowing to go on in our name? [07:55.420 --> 08:01.420] And how are we able to hold our heads up every day thinking that we're doing okay? [08:01.420 --> 08:07.420] How is that possible? [08:07.420 --> 08:15.420] We are turning a blind eye and ear to every evil thing that is going on in this country. [08:15.420 --> 08:18.420] And I'm not talking about evil from a biblical standpoint. [08:18.420 --> 08:22.420] I'm talking just from a straight moral standpoint. [08:22.420 --> 08:32.420] Moral as in you believe in rights and liberty for yourself, but you are willing to ignore it as long as it isn't being done to you. [08:32.420 --> 08:45.420] You're willing to think it's okay to have a master for yourself and then support those masters in enforcing the rest of us to accept them. [08:45.420 --> 08:48.420] Because folks, when you go out and you vote, that's what you're doing. [08:48.420 --> 08:50.420] You're electing your master. [08:50.420 --> 08:56.420] And then you're upset with those of us that don't want a master for not accepting yours if they should win. [08:56.420 --> 09:01.420] And not supporting yours so that they could win. [09:01.420 --> 09:07.420] This is no longer a country of free-minded, liberty-oriented people. [09:07.420 --> 09:08.420] It can't be. [09:08.420 --> 09:15.420] Not with this crap going on and nothing being done about it. [09:15.420 --> 09:20.420] I fully understand when a riot needs to become violent. [09:20.420 --> 09:29.420] And this is one of those situations where the violence should be directed at apprehending and prosecuting people like this for these crimes. [09:29.420 --> 09:44.420] When those responsible won't do it and then prosecuting those responsible for covering it up and refusing to do their duty in going after these people. [09:44.420 --> 10:04.420] If you think for one minute that you live in a free country any longer and that your rights are yours and yours alone to protect and defend, then I don't know what kind of meds you need to be on. [10:04.420 --> 10:07.420] Because no one is protecting us. [10:07.420 --> 10:10.420] We do have to protect our rights ourselves, but no one's willing to do it. [10:10.420 --> 10:20.420] Why? Because we're not willing to protect the rights of everyone else at the same time. [10:20.420 --> 10:34.420] And as sure as the sun rises, your rights mean nothing as long as anyone else's mean nothing to someone somewhere in some way. [10:34.420 --> 10:43.420] Government at every level has gotten completely out of hand and out of control in how it interacts with us. [10:43.420 --> 10:50.420] And most certainly in how it holds itself and those within it accountable to us. [10:50.420 --> 10:54.420] Because there is no longer an accountability to us. [10:54.420 --> 10:58.420] There is only an accountability to the system. [10:58.420 --> 11:08.420] And the system only wants you held accountable when you're not serving the interest and needs of the system instead of the people. [11:08.420 --> 11:10.420] You see this in the court rulings. [11:10.420 --> 11:12.420] Cops are not there to protect the people. [11:12.420 --> 11:15.420] They're there to enforce the laws implemented by the system. [11:15.420 --> 11:27.420] They're there to ensure that the edicts of the system are obeyed no matter how wrong, how unconstitutional, how immoral, how unethical any of those edicts may be. [11:27.420 --> 11:38.420] And we are just sitting back every day and letting it become more powerful in doing exactly that. [11:38.420 --> 11:42.420] And here is just another example, these five cops. [11:42.420 --> 11:49.420] And their five out of hundreds of thousands would be my guess. [11:49.420 --> 11:59.420] Across this entire nation, these are five out of the hundreds of thousands of which there will be tens of thousands exactly like them. [11:59.420 --> 12:08.420] Then there will be tens of thousands more that are somewhere between them and the worst of the worst and the best of the best. [12:08.420 --> 12:17.420] There's enough gray area here to make it look like London's got clear sun forever. [12:17.420 --> 12:23.420] And yet we the people stand by and let it continue. [12:23.420 --> 12:32.420] As if we don't have any power and any say about what happens in this country. [12:32.420 --> 12:44.420] When in fact we are the only power that matters about what happens in this country. [12:44.420 --> 12:59.420] But you sure wouldn't know it by looking around and reading the news such as it is and looking at the results of things like this. [12:59.420 --> 13:06.420] Too many people have accepted being powerless instead of powerful. [13:06.420 --> 13:13.420] And the thing about it is that's the problem with being divided in how we think and how we act. [13:13.420 --> 13:27.420] How we let their race baiting their income level baiting everything they can use to divide us from seeing what's being done to each other at every level. [13:27.420 --> 13:42.420] Any level for any reason is how they have maintained their strength and made us weaker because we have allowed them to do it. [13:42.420 --> 14:09.420] I applaud those with the mental fortitude to be able to see past the BS that's thrown at us by the ton on a minute by minute basis in order to obscure our vision of reality to make it appear that things are the way they should be when in fact we can tell by everything around us it's not. [14:09.420 --> 14:35.420] When is enough going to be enough people when you're going to realize that everything you do is manipulated and controlled by what you allow to go through your own mind and your own idea about what's right and what's wrong when it's being manipulated from outside by these things. [14:35.420 --> 14:41.420] I never needed the Bible to tell me the difference between right and wrong. [14:41.420 --> 14:55.420] I inherently knew that from the time I was old enough to think for myself and start reasoning things out. [14:55.420 --> 15:06.420] But you wouldn't find a handful of people in a crowd anymore that are willing to act on conscience and morals because it's the right thing to do. [15:06.420 --> 15:15.420] Not if they're outnumbered and especially not if they think there's anything for them to lose by doing so. [15:15.420 --> 15:18.420] You wouldn't find a handful in any given crowd. [15:18.420 --> 15:34.420] You'll find lots of people willing to brag about it, talk about it and beat their chest over it, but you wouldn't find a handful that would be willing to put it into actual action to do what's right. [15:34.420 --> 15:52.420] Take for instance when you have these cops that are gathered 15 on one suspect and they're trying to kill the person just as hard as they can and the public stands around and does nothing but take pictures and scream obscenities or support. [15:52.420 --> 16:00.420] Take your pick. [16:00.420 --> 16:04.420] Why have we allowed it to get to this point? [16:04.420 --> 16:07.420] How does it help anyone? [16:07.420 --> 16:09.420] The good, the bad or the ugly. [16:09.420 --> 16:12.420] How does it help anyone to let it get to this point? [16:12.420 --> 16:18.420] And how does it help to let it stay here? [16:18.420 --> 16:31.420] See, I don't care if you're in the military, I don't care if you're a cop, I don't care if you're a politician, I don't care if you're just somebody living on the street or my next door neighbor. [16:31.420 --> 16:44.420] What's right for you is equally right for me and what's wrong for you is equally wrong for me and it doesn't matter what job title you're using to justify doing either one beyond that point. [16:44.420 --> 16:52.420] We need to think about this a little bit better because we certainly aren't doing a very good job at the moment. [16:52.420 --> 16:59.420] Y'all hang on, we will be right back after this break. [19:10.420 --> 19:27.420] Get us on the move, starting me with my head, wrap up silent thoughts, look at this dead, cannot be told, my whole life spent into a present. [19:27.420 --> 19:40.420] How am I living through this white-eyed soul? The head is a man, how does it feel if I keep on? My become a man, so I'm gonna run and stop. [19:57.420 --> 20:25.420] While we're waiting on callers, I just want to continue with this, and I want you to ask yourself, how far are you willing to let things go if it means sacrificing your family, your home, or anything else that matters to you by doing nothing? [20:25.420 --> 20:39.420] If the thing is that you're going to eventually lose that in one form or fashion because this stuff is not stopped, what would you be willing to do to stop it from getting to that point? [20:39.420 --> 20:49.420] When would you be willing to start doing it? What would it take? [20:49.420 --> 21:04.420] What would be the trigger that sets you off on the idea that this has got to stop, this has got to change? There is no way to do this within the system itself. [21:04.420 --> 21:25.420] I think I've been able to discuss this to the point to show you that that's just not possible anymore. This system cannot be fixed from within, it cannot be fixed by its own process, and it definitely cannot and will not be fixed by those that control it. [21:25.420 --> 21:46.420] The reasons for that should be rather obvious. In order for them to fix it, they'd first have to admit it was broken. They're not going to do that, especially considering that their power and ability to do what they do is reliant upon its being broken. [21:46.420 --> 21:57.420] As the old saying goes, it's very difficult to convince a man his understanding is wrong when his livelihood depends upon his incorrect understanding. [21:57.420 --> 22:09.420] That is no less true for these people. They do what they do for their own ends, their own power, their own pockets. It's not for us. [22:09.420 --> 22:21.420] That's why I just shake my head and sigh out loud every time I walk by a house with a political support sign in the front yard. It doesn't matter who it's for. [22:21.420 --> 22:31.420] It's just another prime example of someone who wants somebody else telling them how to live their life even though it's none of their damn business. [22:31.420 --> 22:45.420] And it's not within their power to do in the first place. But these are the same people who want the master they're electing for themselves to have power over the rest of us that don't want it to begin with. [22:45.420 --> 22:50.420] They could care less what these people have to say about how we live our lives. [22:50.420 --> 23:09.420] But somebody wants to be in charge. Always. Somebody wants to hold the reins. Always. And they go, they will do anything they can to gather under themselves those who support them in that concept. [23:09.420 --> 23:19.420] Those who are willing to turn over control of their life, their property, their well being to those who want to hold those reins. [23:19.420 --> 23:39.420] And considering the way life goes with it, I can't say whether my stand against all of that is, you know, for everybody or not, it certainly wouldn't be easy. I can vouch for that. [23:39.420 --> 23:56.420] Nothing about standing on your own two feet is easy. Nothing about refusing to let someone else inside your loop that wants to control the course of your loop. [23:56.420 --> 24:00.420] It's just not acceptable to me. [24:00.420 --> 24:12.420] And I just, I have a problem with that. A very big problem. I'm a very nice and neighborly guy. I help the people in my neighborhood whenever and however I can. [24:12.420 --> 24:18.420] But no one's going to force me to do anything. [24:18.420 --> 24:31.420] Whether it be my neighbors or those that think that proclaim to work for my neighbors, while in fact they are actually only working for themselves. [24:31.420 --> 24:38.420] I don't try to tell anybody else how to live their life. I help them if they ask me to help them with something. I do the best I can with them. [24:38.420 --> 24:41.420] And I'm as nice as I can be about it. [24:41.420 --> 24:49.420] But at the same time, you know, I don't want somebody telling me that this is how I have to do it. This is the way I'm going to do it. [24:49.420 --> 25:01.420] And if I don't do it, they're going to do something bad to me because of my refusal to comply. [25:01.420 --> 25:16.420] You know, the start of the greatest revolution in our history began with a cargo of tea in a harbor. [25:16.420 --> 25:26.420] That was essentially our first public riot that destroyed property. [25:26.420 --> 25:40.420] Or at least political riot. Now, I can't say for everything, but as far as the independence of this country goes, that was our first big political riot that resulted in property damage and destruction. [25:40.420 --> 25:43.420] And we called it the Boston Tea Party. [25:43.420 --> 25:59.420] We look at it as a great moment in our history when we learn about it. We're told how great these men were for acting the way they acted and doing the things they did because of the principles they held and believed in. [25:59.420 --> 26:13.420] And yet here you've got five cops trafficking children in a sex ring using them for sex to pay them favoritism from being arrested. [26:13.420 --> 26:28.420] And it's not okay to gather in a group, march to their homes, arrest them and demand that they be prosecuted for their actions. [26:28.420 --> 26:34.420] Explain to me how that is supposed to work in this country. [26:34.420 --> 26:51.420] How can you reconcile that limit upon our authority today with no such limit on our authority before this country was well and truly built? [26:51.420 --> 26:57.420] We have become a nation of mind controlled simpletons. [26:57.420 --> 27:11.420] We accept the official narrative no matter how ridiculous it is, no matter how harmful it is, no matter how short-sighted it is. [27:11.420 --> 27:21.420] And then act like we need every four years someone else to replace that same kind of thought process and tell us how to do it all over again but a different way. [27:21.420 --> 27:27.420] Because it's not the way they like it. So we're going to do it the way they like it now. [27:27.420 --> 27:36.420] When all you have to do is realize that no matter which one is doing it, the ends are still the same. [27:36.420 --> 27:44.420] The means of achieving those ends are still the same. [27:44.420 --> 27:54.420] If that is the case, then how are they different? [27:54.420 --> 28:04.420] One guy wants to steal from me for his reason and another guy wants to steal from me for his reasons and another lady wants to steal from me for our reasons. [28:04.420 --> 28:14.420] And all of them will use the same tactics and methods to get their way if I don't comply. [28:14.420 --> 28:33.420] So tell me what is the difference between them calling themselves a Republican, a Democrat or an Independent or a Libertarian or anything else if this is how they all function, if this is what they all do and this is the same basis upon which they all wield power. [28:33.420 --> 28:51.420] How are they different in any way other than name only? [28:51.420 --> 29:01.420] In a way they're all Rhinos. It's no longer Republican in name only. It's AINO, anything in name only. Doesn't matter what they call themselves. [29:01.420 --> 29:10.420] It's all name only because they're all going to wind up doing exactly the same thing, exactly the same way for exactly the same reason. [29:10.420 --> 29:15.420] It's how they think it ought to be to hell with the rest of us. [29:15.420 --> 29:33.420] And I can't really say I blame them for the hell with the rest of us because those that do hold any actual thinking process of their own these days looks around and has to believe for themselves based upon their experiences and what they're seeing and hearing and watching going on that the rest of us are completely freaking stupid. [29:33.420 --> 29:44.420] So why shouldn't they feel they have a reason to say you got to do it my way now? If their way is any way different than the way it's been going. [29:44.420 --> 29:55.420] We don't sit down and talk to each other. We don't learn from each other. We don't teach each other and we don't look at each other as someone capable of offering sound reasoning on anything. [29:55.420 --> 30:01.420] Y'all hang on. We will be right back. [30:01.420 --> 30:14.420] Thousands of Florida motorists convicted of DUI may very well have been driving under the blood alcohol limit. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back with a tale of bad breathalysers and a government cover-up in a moment. [30:31.420 --> 30:44.420] It's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage. [30:44.420 --> 30:53.420] Ever hear the term fine farming? It's when cops find innocent people to bring in revenue and it's apparently big business in the Sunshine State of Florida. [30:53.420 --> 31:07.420] StartPage involves breathalysers used to convict thousands of Florida motorists for DUI violations. Recently, reporters discovered that the devices were improperly calibrated. State officials knew about it for two and a half years, but did nothing. [31:07.420 --> 31:21.420] In fact, the head of Florida's breath testing program ordered inspectors not to document the problem. A DUI conviction can ruin somebody's life, but now that the cover-up has been exposed, perhaps Florida drivers can breathe a bit easier. [31:21.420 --> 31:26.420] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [33:17.420 --> 33:46.420] All right folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. It is October 12th, 2020. [33:46.420 --> 33:58.420] I just found out over the break that we did have a bit of a slight encoding problem in the first segment or some part of the first segment. So folks may not have realized that was actually on the air tonight, but I am. [33:58.420 --> 34:10.420] The calling number is 512-646-1984. The phones are on if you want to call. But in the meantime, until we have callers, I will keep going. [34:10.420 --> 34:17.420] Now I know it sounds like I'm ranting and I'm raving about all this, but what else is there to do at this point? [34:17.420 --> 34:32.420] The one thing we cannot hope to have happen is that one person is going to change any of this for the better. It's just not going to happen, not with just one person. It's going to take more than that. [34:32.420 --> 34:42.420] One person can raise their voice, one person can get it started, but one person cannot maintain it because all they have to do to shut it down is to get rid of that one person. [34:42.420 --> 34:49.420] Take a look at Martin Luther King. [34:49.420 --> 35:08.420] And it doesn't matter what the purpose of what you're doing is. If it goes against the establishment's narrative, then you better bet if it becomes a thorn in their side, they will remove it by any means necessary. [35:08.420 --> 35:22.420] The only way they can not succeed in doing so is to have it dispersed in such a fashion that there's no one target to go after to shut it down. [35:22.420 --> 35:34.420] That was one of the whole reasons why I wanted to be a part of this show, to get this information out in the hands of other people, like-minded people, that were willing to do something good with it. [35:34.420 --> 35:50.420] The problem there is is that the few that have used it to good ends are only a few out of the many that I've given it to or tried to give it to, because they're the only ones that made the whole hearted effort to understand it, know it, and apply it. [35:50.420 --> 36:00.420] There are those that like to think they do and talk like they do, but you can tell by their actions that they don't really understand it. [36:00.420 --> 36:11.420] There's lots of people like that. They get just enough of a grasp of the information and process to be a complete danger to themselves and others. [36:11.420 --> 36:22.420] It's like trying to teach somebody to mix nitroglycerin that has absolutely no concept of what nitroglycerin even is. [36:22.420 --> 36:32.420] And for those of you that don't know, when you mix that stuff, it's got to be done in a very specific way with a very specific setting at very specific temperatures. [36:32.420 --> 36:51.420] And if you deviate within a certain range of degrees or steps from anything required to distill that down to its purest form to be actual nitroglycerin, you're going to blow yourself and everything around you sky high. [36:51.420 --> 37:01.420] And this is pretty much the same way the rest of this information works in relation to how our public servants are doing things. [37:01.420 --> 37:06.420] If you mishandle it in any way, it will blow you sky high. [37:06.420 --> 37:18.420] And then, to make matters worse, it leaves enough residue behind that the next person that follows in your footsteps is going to also get blown sky high. [37:18.420 --> 37:37.420] Even though they didn't make the same mistakes you did, they either make just enough of their own or the system has latched onto your messes enough that they won't let whatever the next person does through no matter what, whether they're completely right or not. [37:37.420 --> 37:40.420] And therein lies the rub. [37:40.420 --> 37:45.420] This is the problem with the way the justice system is set up. [37:45.420 --> 37:53.420] They silence those that know by accusing them of being just like those who didn't know. [37:53.420 --> 38:04.420] With no evidence to support it and no examination of the facts and evidence presented, they simply make the comparison, declare that to be the case, and that's the end of the discussion. [38:04.420 --> 38:10.420] You want to know why this is held on as long as it has? Well, there it is. [38:10.420 --> 38:28.420] Because the courts and the prosecutors and the defense attorneys are all in on it from day one to make sure the status quo is not exposed for what it is, a big fat fraudulent lie. [38:28.420 --> 38:37.420] You can sit here, like I said many times before, you can quote me case law all day long and I'm going to sit right here and shake my head at you for being stupid. [38:37.420 --> 38:45.420] And the reason I'm going to shake my head at you for being stupid is because you are doing exactly what they want you to do. [38:45.420 --> 38:57.420] You are examining their opinion of the law instead of reading the actual law and comparing your opinion of it to theirs to see if there's any way they could have made a mistake. [38:57.420 --> 39:11.420] And I know for a fact they've made the mistake and I also know for a fact based upon the way they keep doing it, their mistake is no accident, nor is it an actual mistake. [39:11.420 --> 39:18.420] It's intentional. It's there for a reason and that reason is power and control over us. [39:18.420 --> 39:29.420] It's undeniable when you see what they've done finally and how they've done it. There is no other conclusion to be made. [39:29.420 --> 39:36.420] It was done for power and control over us and nothing more. [39:36.420 --> 39:49.420] The lies, the fraud, the misrepresentation, the misapplication, the misinterpretation is all intentional. [39:49.420 --> 39:55.420] They know the difference. They simply don't care. [39:55.420 --> 40:16.420] And all of those who are beholding to the system for their occupation and their livelihood know that they cannot maintain either if they don't go along to get along. [40:16.420 --> 40:21.420] This is the very definition of a rigged system. [40:21.420 --> 40:32.420] When those within it cannot afford to stray from it to do what's right, because it will cause them to lose everything in doing so. [40:32.420 --> 40:37.420] And thus they're not willing to take the risk. [40:37.420 --> 40:47.420] If they're open-minded enough and thorough enough to understand that they should, they're just cowards. [40:47.420 --> 40:56.420] They're not going to. And then like I said, you've got those who absolutely refuse to believe that anything that a court says is not the gospel. [40:56.420 --> 41:10.420] No matter how wrong it is, no matter how immoral it is, and no matter how much of a departure from the actual law it takes to get to the conclusions that it does, they will never accept that the courts are wrong. [41:10.420 --> 41:21.420] Because they cannot accept that the courts are misusing language to defraud us in its interpretation of the law. [41:21.420 --> 41:28.420] But it is what they're doing. It is how they're doing it. [41:28.420 --> 41:33.420] This is exactly the kind of thing that leads to the situations like these five cops. [41:33.420 --> 41:40.420] The cops know that no one cares about the law because they're the only ones that determine when the law gets applied. [41:40.420 --> 41:51.420] If the cop's not out there doing it and then bringing it to somebody else above them, then nobody gets punished. [41:51.420 --> 42:07.420] And the only time a master will ever punish one of his guard dogs or destroy one of his guard dogs is when that dog attacks him or one of his close family members. [42:07.420 --> 42:14.420] That's the only time the dog owner will go after the dog. [42:14.420 --> 42:21.420] Otherwise, the dog is just doing its job, right? [42:21.420 --> 42:31.420] You need to think about that, folks, because that's not a metaphorical comparison there. That's a literal comparison. [42:31.420 --> 42:41.420] Law enforcement is now the guard dog of all that is immoral and wrong in this country, including their own activities. [42:41.420 --> 42:49.420] And their unions are nothing but propaganda stations built to keep them alive and well no matter what. [42:49.420 --> 42:55.420] And those in power cannot afford to lose them because they have absolute control over them. [42:55.420 --> 43:06.420] They can get them to do anything they want, including protect them in their own wrongdoing, which they do constantly. [43:06.420 --> 43:12.420] Time to make a decision, folks, because I got a newsflash for you. [43:12.420 --> 43:23.420] Your indecision has already caused them to make the decision for you and you're living the results of that decision. [43:23.420 --> 43:29.420] And it is not going to get better. It is only going to get worse. [43:29.420 --> 43:42.420] And the more we go about things with the mindset that it will fix itself, the less likely we will ever have a chance to fix it at all. [43:42.420 --> 43:50.420] Alright, folks, we've got a couple of callers up on the board now, so after we get back, I'll start taking callers 512-646-1984. [43:50.420 --> 43:59.420] If you want to call and get in line, we'll be right back after this break, so y'all hang on. [44:21.420 --> 44:26.420] Thousands have won with our step-by-step course, and now you can too. [44:26.420 --> 44:32.420] Jurisdictionary was created by a licensed attorney with 22 years of case-winning experience. [44:32.420 --> 44:41.420] Even if you're not in a lawsuit, you can learn what everyone should understand about the principles and practices that control our American courts. [44:41.420 --> 44:50.420] You'll receive our audio classroom, video seminar, tutorials, forms for civil cases, prosa tactics, and much more. [44:50.420 --> 44:54.420] Please visit ruleoflawradio.com and click on the banner. [44:54.420 --> 44:59.420] Or call toll-free 866-LAW-EZ. [44:59.420 --> 45:04.420] I love logos. Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. [45:04.420 --> 45:08.420] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. I need my truth pick. [45:08.420 --> 45:13.420] I'd be lost without logos, and I really want to help keep this network on the air. [45:13.420 --> 45:20.420] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite, and I really don't have any money to give, because I spent it all on supplements. [45:20.420 --> 45:22.420] How can I help logos? [45:22.420 --> 45:27.420] Well, I'm glad you asked. Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help logos. [45:27.420 --> 45:31.420] With ordering your supplies or holiday gifts, first thing you do is clear your cookies. [45:31.420 --> 45:34.420] Now, go to LogosRegularetwork.com. [45:34.420 --> 45:38.420] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. [45:38.420 --> 45:43.420] Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link and logos gets a few pesos. [45:43.420 --> 45:44.420] Do I pay extra? [45:44.420 --> 45:45.420] No. [45:45.420 --> 45:47.420] Do you have to do anything different when I order? [45:47.420 --> 45:48.420] No. [45:48.420 --> 45:49.420] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [45:49.420 --> 45:50.420] No. [45:50.420 --> 45:51.420] I mean, yes. [45:51.420 --> 45:57.420] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money, this is perfect. Thank you so much. [45:57.420 --> 45:58.420] We are welcome. [45:58.420 --> 46:05.420] Happy Holidays, Logos! [46:28.420 --> 46:38.420] All right, folks, we are back. This is rule of law radio. [46:38.420 --> 46:43.420] The calling number is 512-646-1984. [46:43.420 --> 46:46.420] All right, we have some callers up on the board now. [46:46.420 --> 46:49.420] First off is Ted in Washington. [46:49.420 --> 46:51.420] Ted, what do you got for us? [46:51.420 --> 46:54.420] Hello, good evening, Eddie. Thank you for taking my call. [46:54.420 --> 46:55.420] Yes, sir. [46:55.420 --> 47:06.420] So, I believe I failed to ask the district court clerk for a motions trial. I'm helping. [47:06.420 --> 47:08.420] A motions hearing? [47:08.420 --> 47:11.420] A motions hearing, excuse me, I spoke. [47:11.420 --> 47:20.420] So, we got a, we submitted a motion for lack of jurisdiction on a civil traffic issue. [47:20.420 --> 47:28.420] And we got a generic letter from the court saying we're going to consider that the violation was found to be guilty, [47:28.420 --> 47:33.420] that the violation was committed, you are found to be guilty, and then that's it. [47:33.420 --> 47:36.420] Are they civil or criminal in Washington state? [47:36.420 --> 47:38.420] It's civil on this one. [47:38.420 --> 47:42.420] Okay. [47:42.420 --> 47:49.420] How can they find you guilty in a civil trial? [47:49.420 --> 47:53.420] You and I both know how corrupt they are, so they want that money quickly, of course. [47:53.420 --> 48:00.420] Well, when you, the thing about it is, is this is a punishment without a trial. [48:00.420 --> 48:07.420] That's absolutely forbidden. That's a bill of attainder or a bill of pains and penalties in this case. [48:07.420 --> 48:13.420] Okay. When they assess a fine or fee without any type of due process. [48:13.420 --> 48:15.420] Due process, there we go. [48:15.420 --> 48:21.420] That's exactly what that is. It's an unconstitutional bill of pains and penalties. [48:21.420 --> 48:31.420] Now, you said you filed a motion, and what did they do with it? [48:31.420 --> 48:35.420] I can only assume that they looked it over because when they responded with a generic letter, [48:35.420 --> 48:41.420] they said based on these two or three Washington laws, I have to look up the letter and the laws again. [48:41.420 --> 48:48.420] They went ahead and find that you're guilty and find that it was committed. [48:48.420 --> 48:53.420] So they went ahead and they ruled against the person that I'm trying to help. [48:53.420 --> 48:56.420] Well, I don't know what you filed in the motion. [48:56.420 --> 49:00.420] Have you seen the paperwork I've got on the laws in the state of Washington that says very clearly [49:00.420 --> 49:05.420] that they are commercial related and have absolutely no bearing on the public? [49:05.420 --> 49:09.420] I haven't seen them directly, but I've heard you talk about this a few times. [49:09.420 --> 49:13.420] If you're on Facebook, I don't know if you are or not, but if you are, [49:13.420 --> 49:19.420] and you go into my legal study group, tau of law, T-A-O-O-F-L-A-W, [49:19.420 --> 49:22.420] and you go into that group and you look in the file section, [49:22.420 --> 49:25.420] you should be able to get in the file section because it's a public group. [49:25.420 --> 49:28.420] You don't have to be a member to read what's going on there or to access the files. [49:28.420 --> 49:35.420] I don't think. I don't know how Facebook's got that set up, but as far as the group goes, it's entirely public. [49:35.420 --> 49:43.420] Okay? So you go there and in there, there is a document for Washington State. [49:43.420 --> 49:51.420] And it goes through all the statutes that prove that Washington State's laws are entirely commercial. [49:51.420 --> 49:52.420] Okay? [49:52.420 --> 49:55.420] And then with that information after we find and discover that? [49:55.420 --> 50:02.420] Well, what you need to do now is appeal the decision of this court and cite a dismissal requirement for lack of due process. [50:02.420 --> 50:06.420] This court intentionally denied you in your right of due process. [50:06.420 --> 50:15.420] You filed a motion expecting proper procedure to be followed and an answer to that motion filed and a hearing on that motion to be held, [50:15.420 --> 50:21.420] and instead they conducted a proceeding in your absence to find you guilty. [50:21.420 --> 50:23.420] That's denial of due process. [50:23.420 --> 50:29.420] It's an unconstitutional bill of pains and penalties under whatever part of your state constitution's bill of rights [50:29.420 --> 50:32.420] forbids bills of pains and penalties. [50:32.420 --> 50:37.420] Because if you look in your bill of rights, I'm sure it says right in there, they can't do it. [50:37.420 --> 50:42.420] And yet that's exactly what they just did. [50:42.420 --> 50:45.420] This is excellent and reassuring. Thank you, Eddie. [50:45.420 --> 50:50.420] So you contact them, you find out exactly what the appeal process is. [50:50.420 --> 50:58.420] If they tell you you don't have an appeal process, then you need to take it federal for a rights violation. [50:58.420 --> 51:02.420] Fascinating. Okay. I think I have a plan of action. [51:02.420 --> 51:07.420] Now, unfortunately, I am not, or maybe fortunately, I am not on Facebook. [51:07.420 --> 51:11.420] Do you have any other means to sustain that besides Facebook group? [51:11.420 --> 51:20.420] I can try to link it in an article up on my legal blog, but I don't have one for Washington State up there. [51:20.420 --> 51:23.420] Okay. Because I can follow up in a reminder email if you'd like. [51:23.420 --> 51:27.420] Well, if you'll send me an email, I can send the document back to you through the email. [51:27.420 --> 51:32.420] Oh, that would be tremendous. I'll email you right now in the next few minutes. [51:32.420 --> 51:35.420] Okay. I'll be looking forward after the show. [51:35.420 --> 51:38.420] Awesome, Eddie. Thank you so much, sir. Appreciate your time. [51:38.420 --> 51:40.420] Yes, sir. You have a good night and good luck. [51:40.420 --> 51:42.420] Thank you, sir. Good night. [51:42.420 --> 51:48.420] All right. Again, folks, 512-646-1984 is a call-in number. [51:48.420 --> 51:54.420] In the meantime, it looks like we have Truth Raider on the line. Raider, what can we do for you? [51:54.420 --> 51:58.420] Eddie, Eddie, can you hear me? Can you let them call in on this cheap cell phone? [51:58.420 --> 52:03.420] Well, I can hear you. Whether pretty good or not is the choices. I don't know. [52:03.420 --> 52:07.420] I hear you. You sound muffled and garbled a little bit, but understandable. [52:07.420 --> 52:10.420] Okay. But you can articulate my word, buddy. [52:10.420 --> 52:13.420] No, you're articulating your words. I'm just hearing them. [52:13.420 --> 52:20.420] Okay. Well, you remind me of Bill Cooper. You remember William Milton Cooper back in the... [52:20.420 --> 52:23.420] Yeah, I know who William Cooper is. [52:23.420 --> 52:28.420] It's the same thing you're saying at the beginning of the show when you had your monologue at the beginning. [52:28.420 --> 52:32.420] Echo a lot of his sentiment and sentiment. [52:32.420 --> 52:39.420] Well, he clearly and bluntly said, this system is broken and it cannot be fixed. [52:39.420 --> 52:42.420] He was asked, who do you favor to be president? [52:42.420 --> 52:46.420] I said, no, I don't care. The government is not my government. I don't care. [52:46.420 --> 52:49.420] That's the conclusion on this. There's nothing to do with me. [52:49.420 --> 52:54.420] Well, he said, and he said, you know, I'm going to fight this through the man. [52:54.420 --> 53:00.420] And he comes to the point by God, if I die in my porch, the front porch, then let it be so. [53:00.420 --> 53:06.420] And on the evening of November 5th, 2001, that's exactly what happened. [53:06.420 --> 53:10.420] To shout to death and kill on this doorstep. [53:10.420 --> 53:15.420] Yeah. Well, like I said, the system doesn't want anything getting in its way, [53:15.420 --> 53:19.420] and that will eliminate whatever does any way it has to. [53:19.420 --> 53:25.420] Right. Exactly. So I got a couple of questions for you. [53:25.420 --> 53:33.420] Is it on Facebook? Or is it on your Dowell Law website? [53:33.420 --> 53:40.420] The cases that you put up, either on your own or both, about your certain cases that you had [53:40.420 --> 53:45.420] and the fact that you had certain cases that you were fighting for individuals in the past. [53:45.420 --> 53:49.420] I'm not following you. Say that again. [53:49.420 --> 53:55.420] You mentioned a few months ago about, and you told a car that you can look at mine. [53:55.420 --> 53:59.420] You look at the things that I have. I didn't hear what you said exactly where it was at, [53:59.420 --> 54:04.420] but you said you had some cases that you posted that you got victory in. [54:04.420 --> 54:09.420] Yeah, I got a felony evasion case dismissed for a guy. [54:09.420 --> 54:12.420] Is it on Facebook? Or is it on my... [54:12.420 --> 54:17.420] It's on my legal blog. It's in the article, A Few Bad Apples. [54:17.420 --> 54:20.420] Okay. And that's on Dowell Law. [54:20.420 --> 54:22.420] Yeah. [54:22.420 --> 54:25.420] Okay. All right. [54:25.420 --> 54:29.420] Anyway, I'm asking that way here. [54:29.420 --> 54:33.420] I returned to working as an official recently, [54:33.420 --> 54:38.420] and I worked at a facility, a town facility, close by. [54:38.420 --> 54:41.420] And it's on the Washington State side, by the way, [54:41.420 --> 54:47.420] so I think they're taking this scandemic a little bit more serious [54:47.420 --> 54:50.420] than they are over here on this side over here in Oregon. [54:50.420 --> 54:53.420] I dared to ask questions, [54:53.420 --> 54:57.420] because when you come into the facility and put a thermometer gun to your head [54:57.420 --> 55:00.420] and see if you have a fever, [55:00.420 --> 55:08.420] so I asked the young man, have you had any cases of anybody that came in positive for a fever? [55:08.420 --> 55:11.420] And he said, no. [55:11.420 --> 55:14.420] Okay, so you need to think about this. [55:14.420 --> 55:16.420] I think this whole thing is exaggerating. [55:16.420 --> 55:19.420] I think you're going to find out that that is the thing. [55:19.420 --> 55:24.420] And I don't think this is even a case of concern anymore, [55:24.420 --> 55:25.420] probably self-wisdom, [55:25.420 --> 55:28.420] and I think this is political more than anything else. [55:28.420 --> 55:30.420] And I went back to working, [55:30.420 --> 55:32.420] going back and forth and watching the Masters, [55:32.420 --> 55:37.420] and a few minutes later, the assistant director of the tournament came up and she started me. [55:37.420 --> 55:39.420] So I said, okay, I'm not for the parade, [55:39.420 --> 55:41.420] I'm not for Gerald and all the kind of stuff. [55:41.420 --> 55:42.420] We're asking about the stuff. [55:42.420 --> 55:43.420] You know, we don't like the air in the house, [55:43.420 --> 55:45.420] but we're not going to be talking about that stuff. [55:45.420 --> 55:46.420] It's inappropriate. [55:46.420 --> 55:47.420] Do not talk about that. [55:47.420 --> 55:50.420] I said, well, maybe it's political, [55:50.420 --> 55:53.420] but it should not be going around this long. [55:53.420 --> 56:01.420] And about a day or two later, my assiner sent me an email to call her and she told me that, [56:01.420 --> 56:08.420] well, they choose not to have you at their facility, you know, again in the future. [56:08.420 --> 56:12.420] So I got banned for asking questions. [56:12.420 --> 56:15.420] Well, lots of people do. [56:15.420 --> 56:20.420] That's what I just want to make mention of that. [56:20.420 --> 56:23.420] All right, that's all I got for now. [56:23.420 --> 56:27.420] You were talking to the previous caller about the same thing. [56:27.420 --> 56:29.420] So this attorney judge did the same thing. [56:29.420 --> 56:30.420] There was no court trial. [56:30.420 --> 56:31.420] There was nothing. [56:31.420 --> 56:33.420] There was nothing set on the calendar. [56:33.420 --> 56:36.420] And she convicted me in absentia, just the same. [56:36.420 --> 56:39.420] That I dared to contact the court and everything. [56:39.420 --> 56:47.420] I had all the letters that I sent to court, my pleadings, evidence of that, confirmation that I did. [56:47.420 --> 56:50.420] And still, he said, I failed to appear. [56:50.420 --> 56:52.420] And she told me guilty. [56:52.420 --> 56:55.420] And charged me a $700 fine for not appearing. [56:55.420 --> 57:00.420] How can I not appear if the courts are closed? [57:00.420 --> 57:03.420] This is back in June and July. [57:03.420 --> 57:04.420] There's no way. [57:04.420 --> 57:10.420] How can I, how can I possibly, you know, fail to appear? [57:10.420 --> 57:12.420] There's nothing that's going on. [57:12.420 --> 57:14.420] No proceedings are allowed this year. [57:14.420 --> 57:16.420] The peak of this thing at that time. [57:16.420 --> 57:17.420] So, yeah. [57:17.420 --> 57:22.420] So that happened to me too. [57:22.420 --> 57:24.420] Well, did you do anything about it? [57:24.420 --> 57:25.420] Did you appeal it? [57:25.420 --> 57:27.420] Did you go after her? [57:27.420 --> 57:28.420] Yeah. [57:28.420 --> 57:30.420] That's exactly what you were saying earlier. [57:30.420 --> 57:40.420] You know, a tradition and deprivation of civil rights and a violation of under the Oregon rule of civil procedure provisions. [57:40.420 --> 57:41.420] Thank you. [57:41.420 --> 57:43.420] So I'll be looking on that. [57:43.420 --> 57:46.420] And that's all I got. [57:46.420 --> 57:47.420] I'm going to check that. [57:47.420 --> 57:51.420] So the time down now, I'm just going to check it under your block. [57:51.420 --> 57:52.420] Yeah. [57:52.420 --> 57:54.420] The article, a few bad apples. [57:54.420 --> 57:55.420] A few bad apples. [57:55.420 --> 57:56.420] Okay. [57:56.420 --> 57:57.420] All right, my friend. [57:57.420 --> 57:58.420] Good night. [57:58.420 --> 57:59.420] God bless. [57:59.420 --> 58:00.420] And we'll talk to you again. [58:00.420 --> 58:01.420] Okay. [58:01.420 --> 58:02.420] Thanks for calling. [58:02.420 --> 58:03.420] Yeah. [58:03.420 --> 58:04.420] Bye-bye. [58:04.420 --> 58:05.420] All right, folks. [58:05.420 --> 58:06.420] We've got the top of the hour break here. [58:06.420 --> 58:12.420] The call-in number 512-646-1984, if you want to call and get in line. [58:12.420 --> 58:16.420] Y'all hang on and we will be right back after this break. [58:42.420 --> 58:49.420] We'll be right back. [59:12.420 --> 59:19.420] We'll be right back. [59:42.420 --> 59:52.420] We'll be right back. [01:00:12.420 --> 01:00:41.420] Thank you. [01:00:42.420 --> 01:00:52.420] We'll be right back. [01:01:12.420 --> 01:01:22.420] We'll be right back. [01:01:42.420 --> 01:01:57.420] Thank you. [01:01:57.420 --> 01:02:17.420] Thank you. [01:02:17.420 --> 01:02:45.420] Thank you. [01:02:45.420 --> 01:03:00.420] Thank you. [01:03:00.420 --> 01:03:26.420] Thank you. [01:03:26.420 --> 01:03:54.420] Thank you. [01:03:54.420 --> 01:03:55.420] Okay, folks. [01:03:55.420 --> 01:03:56.420] I apologize. [01:03:56.420 --> 01:04:01.420] It seems we had another glitch and even though I've been talking since we came off a break, [01:04:01.420 --> 01:04:05.420] I don't guess I was being picked up and I don't know why. [01:04:05.420 --> 01:04:11.420] Okay, so let's get back to this and see if, once again, we have any callers up on the [01:04:11.420 --> 01:04:12.420] board. [01:04:12.420 --> 01:04:13.420] Ted, are you there? [01:04:13.420 --> 01:04:14.420] Yes, I'm back. [01:04:14.420 --> 01:04:15.420] Can you hear me? [01:04:15.420 --> 01:04:16.420] Yeah. [01:04:16.420 --> 01:04:17.420] Go ahead. [01:04:17.420 --> 01:04:18.420] All right. [01:04:18.420 --> 01:04:19.420] Thank you. [01:04:19.420 --> 01:04:26.420] Thank you. [01:04:26.420 --> 01:04:30.420] Thank you. [01:04:30.420 --> 01:04:39.420] Thank you. [01:04:39.420 --> 01:04:49.420] Thank you. [01:04:49.420 --> 01:04:59.420] Thank you. [01:04:59.420 --> 01:05:11.420] Okay, so I apologize for that, that we had all that dead air for that about a time. [01:05:11.420 --> 01:05:13.420] I don't know why that is. [01:05:13.420 --> 01:05:23.420] But anyway, as I was saying, at what point do we decide that things need to change? [01:05:23.420 --> 01:05:29.420] We are letting everything that we hold dear slip away. [01:05:29.420 --> 01:05:33.420] We are not willing to do the fighting anymore so that our children don't have to and God [01:05:33.420 --> 01:05:38.420] help us if they have to do the fighting because most of them can't look up from their phone [01:05:38.420 --> 01:05:43.420] long enough to understand the reason they have to fight to begin with. [01:05:43.420 --> 01:05:48.420] Not to mention the fact that the public school system has done everything possible to obliterate [01:05:48.420 --> 01:05:54.420] any concept of life, liberty and independence of government or that the government could [01:05:54.420 --> 01:06:01.420] ever be wrong as the government is almost always wrong and that the only rule it understands [01:06:01.420 --> 01:06:04.420] and lives by is the rule of necessity. [01:06:04.420 --> 01:06:08.420] If the government deems it necessary, then the government is going to do it no matter [01:06:08.420 --> 01:06:13.420] what the prohibitions by we the people are and how limited we gave them any authority [01:06:13.420 --> 01:06:18.420] to do the thing they're trying to do, if any authority at all. [01:06:18.420 --> 01:06:23.420] Every single thing we're having to live within and under right now is a prime example of [01:06:23.420 --> 01:06:29.420] government running roughshod over the rights of the American people. [01:06:29.420 --> 01:06:34.420] They are subjecting us to regulatory laws that have absolutely nothing to do with us [01:06:34.420 --> 01:06:36.420] and our activities. [01:06:36.420 --> 01:06:41.420] They are using administrative law to subvert our rights in order to steal money out of [01:06:41.420 --> 01:06:48.420] our pockets and impute upon us a punishment that has nothing to do with us and has no [01:06:48.420 --> 01:07:00.420] authority over us and yet they keep doing it because nobody knows any better. [01:07:00.420 --> 01:07:03.420] When is enough going to be enough, folks? [01:07:03.420 --> 01:07:09.420] When are you going to understand that nothing that is happening is going to be done to help [01:07:09.420 --> 01:07:19.420] you or is being done to help you or anyone else that isn't one of those that hold power [01:07:19.420 --> 01:07:29.420] and want their own hands to be the only ones in the cookie jar? [01:07:29.420 --> 01:07:36.420] They live off of what we produce and then they treat us like we have no power to do [01:07:36.420 --> 01:07:41.420] anything but what they tell us. [01:07:41.420 --> 01:07:49.420] And that is not how this government was set up and intended to work. [01:07:49.420 --> 01:07:54.420] And the thing I get so tired of hearing and seeing is people complaining and complaining [01:07:54.420 --> 01:07:59.420] and complaining about all of this and trying to say, it won't do you any good to fight back [01:07:59.420 --> 01:08:00.420] because of this. [01:08:00.420 --> 01:08:02.420] It won't do you any good to fight back because of that. [01:08:02.420 --> 01:08:07.420] If you do this, they're just going to go do that. [01:08:07.420 --> 01:08:11.420] As long as it's one against the system, they are absolutely right. [01:08:11.420 --> 01:08:16.420] As long as it's a very few against the system, they are absolutely right. [01:08:16.420 --> 01:08:22.420] But if people would wake up out of their idiotic stupors long enough to understand what they [01:08:22.420 --> 01:08:28.420] could have versus what they do have, what could what rightfully belongs to them and they should [01:08:28.420 --> 01:08:37.420] cherish and walk back and demand, things might actually change. [01:08:37.420 --> 01:08:42.420] But as long as you're willing to continue to stare at your feet and never look up into [01:08:42.420 --> 01:08:46.420] the eyes of those who are oppressing you, you're never going to stand any chance in hell of [01:08:46.420 --> 01:08:51.420] fighting back and winning. [01:08:51.420 --> 01:09:00.420] And the government has done everything possible to keep you and your children looking down, [01:09:00.420 --> 01:09:02.420] either at your feet or at your phone. [01:09:02.420 --> 01:09:03.420] Take your pick. [01:09:03.420 --> 01:09:12.420] Either way, they win because you will not look up and understand what is going on around [01:09:12.420 --> 01:09:19.420] you and what doing nothing about it means long term. [01:09:19.420 --> 01:09:24.420] That is a very, very dangerous place to find not only yourself, but to find that you have [01:09:24.420 --> 01:09:32.420] allowed everyone around you to be placed in right next to you. [01:09:32.420 --> 01:09:39.420] So like I said earlier, if you cannot claim to be a respecter and believer of individual [01:09:39.420 --> 01:09:47.420] rights, if you can at any point in time say that you don't respect the rights of someone [01:09:47.420 --> 01:09:51.420] else at any given point in time. [01:09:51.420 --> 01:09:55.420] Those people that want to jump on me and tell me I'm wrong about a police interaction because [01:09:55.420 --> 01:09:58.420] the cops were justified in shooting somebody or blah, blah, blah. [01:09:58.420 --> 01:10:02.420] I want to ask those people a straight up question. [01:10:02.420 --> 01:10:13.420] Are you so adamant that the police power to do what they do is so necessary that you yourself [01:10:13.420 --> 01:10:19.420] would be willing to be in the place of the victim they killed if they deemed themselves [01:10:19.420 --> 01:10:25.420] that they were doing the right thing and killing you? [01:10:25.420 --> 01:10:29.420] Even if all you're doing was standing there, even if you're holding a gun, you're holding [01:10:29.420 --> 01:10:33.420] a knife, all of which you have the right to do, by the way, in case you didn't think about [01:10:33.420 --> 01:10:40.420] that, you're just not allowed to use it to harm someone else. [01:10:40.420 --> 01:10:47.420] Okay, and if you're trying to do that, then the cops are justified, but if all you're [01:10:47.420 --> 01:10:52.420] doing is standing there and you're not willing to do what they want because you've done nothing [01:10:52.420 --> 01:11:01.420] wrong yourself or they're trying to say you did even when you haven't, how does that justify [01:11:01.420 --> 01:11:06.420] them killing you just because they ordered you to drop it? [01:11:06.420 --> 01:11:10.420] I know it sounds kind of contradictory, but let's face facts here. [01:11:10.420 --> 01:11:15.420] If you're doing nothing wrong, then how are they right in demanding that you drop whatever [01:11:15.420 --> 01:11:17.420] you're holding? [01:11:17.420 --> 01:11:22.420] If you are not attempting to do anything harmful to anyone, how are they right in demanding [01:11:22.420 --> 01:11:26.420] that you drop what you're holding? [01:11:26.420 --> 01:11:31.420] I mean, Open Carry argues all the time a cop can't just walk up and disarm you because [01:11:31.420 --> 01:11:34.420] they're having a discussion with you or they don't want you to have a gun while they're [01:11:34.420 --> 01:11:37.420] talking to you, what would be the difference? [01:11:37.420 --> 01:11:39.420] All right, y'all hang on. [01:11:39.420 --> 01:11:41.420] We'll be right back after this break. [01:11:41.420 --> 01:11:42.420] 512-646-1984. [01:13:48.420 --> 01:13:58.420] This is The Logos Radio Net Video Net. [01:14:18.420 --> 01:14:28.420] This is The Logos Radio Net Video Net. [01:14:48.420 --> 01:15:16.420] All right folks, we are back. [01:15:16.420 --> 01:15:17.420] This is Rule of Law Radio. [01:15:17.420 --> 01:15:23.420] The call in number 512-646-1984. [01:15:23.420 --> 01:15:28.420] Okay, now despite all of the other difficulties we're having one more of the other here, [01:15:28.420 --> 01:15:31.420] whether it be me or the hardware or whatever. [01:15:31.420 --> 01:15:37.420] I mean, the news each and every day is full of the kind of stuff I'm talking about. [01:15:37.420 --> 01:15:44.420] You've got two political parties that are doing their best to just berate and destroy each other in the public eye, [01:15:44.420 --> 01:15:48.420] and neither one of them has the best interests of you and I at heart. [01:15:48.420 --> 01:15:55.420] Never have, not for many, many, many, many, many years have they cared about you and me. [01:15:55.420 --> 01:16:03.420] Like I said before, I think the last honest president this country ever had was Andrew Jackson. [01:16:03.420 --> 01:16:07.420] Everybody since then has been out for themselves or the system, not for us. [01:16:07.420 --> 01:16:13.420] One form or fashion or another always about the system, not us. [01:16:13.420 --> 01:16:18.420] We have allowed the federal government to go far beyond what powers we gave it. [01:16:18.420 --> 01:16:26.420] It is now reaching into every part of our lives and every state without any recourse to fight back, [01:16:26.420 --> 01:16:28.420] and we don't seem to know any better. [01:16:28.420 --> 01:16:31.420] We don't seem to know that they're not allowed to do that. [01:16:31.420 --> 01:16:35.420] We don't seem to understand that we have the right to tell them no, [01:16:35.420 --> 01:16:43.420] that our state individuals in power and public office have the power and ought to be telling them no, [01:16:43.420 --> 01:16:55.420] but they don't because the Fed uses our money to bribe our state officials to comply with them rather than us. [01:16:55.420 --> 01:17:05.420] So as you can see, the system cannot be fixed from within, it cannot be fixed through the current processes that exist, [01:17:05.420 --> 01:17:08.420] that the system itself constructed. [01:17:08.420 --> 01:17:19.420] So what then is there left to do short of yet another civil or civil revolutionary war? [01:17:19.420 --> 01:17:27.420] Because this time we won't be fighting a foreign enemy, we will have to be fighting our own people right here on our own soil, [01:17:27.420 --> 01:17:33.420] not over the slavery of old, but over the slavery of new. [01:17:33.420 --> 01:17:41.420] The people being made into the slaves of government officials and government systems and government bureaucracies, [01:17:41.420 --> 01:17:51.420] and the government itself applying a power and authority over us, it was never intended to hold. [01:17:51.420 --> 01:17:57.420] It has no right to hold, it has no power to hold, [01:17:57.420 --> 01:18:05.420] and the only reason they do is because they keep the earmuffs and the blinders on those that support them, [01:18:05.420 --> 01:18:15.420] to keep supporting them because they refuse to take them off or look beyond them in order to understand what's really going on. [01:18:15.420 --> 01:18:23.420] Why? Because if they understood it, they know it would have a negative impact on them in some form or fashion. [01:18:23.420 --> 01:18:30.420] To realize what they need to realize and fight back against it, they're going to suffer and they don't want to suffer. [01:18:30.420 --> 01:18:37.420] They want to be comfortable. They like the status quo the way it is because they are comfortable. [01:18:37.420 --> 01:18:49.420] And so they are just as willing to subject us to whatever the government wants as long as it maintains their comfort level. [01:18:49.420 --> 01:18:54.420] And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the whole problem. [01:18:54.420 --> 01:19:02.420] People that are more concerned about what they get to have or not have by standing up and understanding what is right, [01:19:02.420 --> 01:19:10.420] and doing what is right versus pretending it's not a problem. [01:19:10.420 --> 01:19:16.420] And that is what most people have become so adept at, pretending it's not a problem. [01:19:16.420 --> 01:19:22.420] That's why you don't see many attorneys these days going against what's going on in the system. [01:19:22.420 --> 01:19:30.420] Sure, privately you may hear them talking about it, deriding it and saying how corrupt and broken it is, [01:19:30.420 --> 01:19:35.420] but then they go back and do it again the very next day, over and over and over again. [01:19:35.420 --> 01:19:38.420] They keep playing along to get along. [01:19:38.420 --> 01:19:46.420] All the while lamenting about how they can't fight the system by themselves, they can't fix it because they're not the judge, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. [01:19:46.420 --> 01:19:53.420] And yet when they become a judge, they fall right in behind the ones that preceded them to do exactly the same things, [01:19:53.420 --> 01:19:58.420] exactly the same way for exactly the same reasons. [01:19:58.420 --> 01:20:03.420] The system cannot be fixed. [01:20:03.420 --> 01:20:13.420] It is going to have to be burnt to the ground and rebuilt with better protections and safeguards [01:20:13.420 --> 01:20:21.420] and a better understanding of what it is allowed and not allowed to do ever. [01:20:21.420 --> 01:20:29.420] And with the simple mandate that any time one of them steps out of that bounds of doing what they are allowed to do or what they cannot do, [01:20:29.420 --> 01:20:37.420] they're immediately accountable, not at some point down the line and not by some part of the system itself, but directly to a body of the people. [01:20:37.420 --> 01:20:45.420] The people determine whether or not they are doing what we allow them to do or whether or not they're overstepping their authority. [01:20:45.420 --> 01:20:51.420] And then we hold them accountable if and when they do that. [01:20:51.420 --> 01:21:04.420] You will never find a man willing to put a noose around his own neck when you give him the power to decide for himself whether or not he's doing it right or wrong. [01:21:04.420 --> 01:21:12.420] Because he will never put that noose around his own neck. [01:21:12.420 --> 01:21:18.420] And the person that would is the person you wouldn't have to have them do that in the first place. [01:21:18.420 --> 01:21:22.420] And those are never the ones that are seeking the power to begin with. [01:21:22.420 --> 01:21:30.420] Those are the ones who detest anyone with that kind of power, much less want to have it themselves. [01:21:30.420 --> 01:21:35.420] I mean that's why I said if I was running for public office I wouldn't run for president, I wouldn't run for governor, [01:21:35.420 --> 01:21:39.420] I would run only for the office of absolute dictator. [01:21:39.420 --> 01:21:48.420] And the reason for that is because I don't have to abide by any of the red tape the system has built to do what needs to be done to fix it. [01:21:48.420 --> 01:21:52.420] I can just start hanging the corrupt officials immediately. [01:21:52.420 --> 01:21:59.420] I can start hanging all those that supported their corruption immediately. [01:21:59.420 --> 01:22:02.420] And I can start making the examples that need to be made. [01:22:02.420 --> 01:22:14.420] Absolute dictator in that regard is the only thing that's going to fix this short of a civil war. [01:22:14.420 --> 01:22:20.420] So what are we going to do about it? How are we going to do it? When are we going to be motivated enough to do it? [01:22:20.420 --> 01:22:25.420] What's it going to take for us to understand that it really needs to be done? [01:22:25.420 --> 01:22:31.420] When is enough enough? When have you been harmed enough? [01:22:31.420 --> 01:22:41.420] When will it be that everything you have worked for and believed in has been stripped away from you and everyone you know, [01:22:41.420 --> 01:22:54.420] when will it reach a point that you will say that's enough, no more, not going to let it happen ever again? [01:22:54.420 --> 01:23:00.420] We all have to reach that point sometime or other. [01:23:00.420 --> 01:23:03.420] We all have to make the choices about what we're going to do with it. [01:23:03.420 --> 01:23:08.420] Are we going to accept it or are we going to fight back against it? [01:23:08.420 --> 01:23:12.420] I chose to fight back against it. That's how I wound up where I am. [01:23:12.420 --> 01:23:15.420] I wound up doing this show. I wound up losing my business. [01:23:15.420 --> 01:23:25.420] I wound up having to relocate to have better access to those that were responsible for those that did it. [01:23:25.420 --> 01:23:31.420] And to this day, you cannot get any of them to pay any closer attention down than you could then, [01:23:31.420 --> 01:23:40.420] because it's not in their best interest to pay attention, to give a crap, to do anything. [01:23:40.420 --> 01:23:48.420] They simply don't care. Their agendas have nothing to do with what's good for us. [01:23:48.420 --> 01:24:03.420] It only has to do with what's good for them and their ability to either enrich themselves, get re-elected, get more power, or all of the above. [01:24:03.420 --> 01:24:11.420] Anything that benefits us out of any of that is purely coincidence. [01:24:11.420 --> 01:24:17.420] It is never the intent. [01:24:17.420 --> 01:24:20.420] When do we come to that understanding? [01:24:20.420 --> 01:24:30.420] When do we realize that is the truth, that is the case, that is exactly how it was designed to function long, long ago? [01:24:30.420 --> 01:24:32.420] Time to wake up, folks. [01:24:32.420 --> 01:24:40.420] Alright, once again, 512-646-1984. It is October 12, 2020. We are live tonight. [01:24:40.420 --> 01:24:47.420] If you want to call, get in line. We will be right back after this break. [01:24:47.420 --> 01:24:53.420] It seems like everywhere you turn nowadays, someone wants your name, social security number, and date of birth. [01:24:53.420 --> 01:24:56.420] But you should think twice before giving away your personal data. [01:24:56.420 --> 01:24:59.420] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll say more in just a moment. [01:24:59.420 --> 01:25:07.420] Google is watching you, recording everything you've ever searched for, and creating a massive database of your personal information. [01:25:07.420 --> 01:25:08.420] That's creepy. [01:25:08.420 --> 01:25:10.420] But it doesn't have to be that way. [01:25:10.420 --> 01:25:13.420] StartPage.com is the world's most private search engine. [01:25:13.420 --> 01:25:20.420] StartPage.com doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking cookies, and they're third-party certified. [01:25:20.420 --> 01:25:24.420] If you don't like Big Brother spying on you, start over with StartPage. [01:25:24.420 --> 01:25:27.420] Great search results and total privacy. [01:25:27.420 --> 01:25:30.420] StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:25:30.420 --> 01:25:33.420] Forms, forms, forms, they're everywhere. [01:25:33.420 --> 01:25:37.420] But just because a piece of paper asks for information doesn't mean you have to give it. [01:25:37.420 --> 01:25:44.420] I lay blank spaces on forms all the time, or I write N slash A for not applicable, and usually nobody notices or cares. [01:25:44.420 --> 01:25:51.420] I never give my social security number or date of birth unless it's absolutely mandatory for employment or a government requirement, [01:25:51.420 --> 01:25:57.420] and I won't give my phone number to a company or an organization unless I actually want them to call me, and that's pretty rare. [01:25:57.420 --> 01:26:02.420] To preserve our vanishing privacy, we need to practice saying no to random data requests. [01:26:02.420 --> 01:26:06.420] It's like exercising a muscle. It gets easier the more you do it. [01:26:06.420 --> 01:26:11.420] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:26:19.420 --> 01:26:20.420] I lost my son. [01:26:20.420 --> 01:26:21.420] My uncle. [01:26:21.420 --> 01:26:22.420] My uncle. [01:26:22.420 --> 01:26:27.420] On September 11, 2000, most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11. [01:26:27.420 --> 01:26:31.420] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper was not hit by a plane. [01:26:31.420 --> 01:26:35.420] All will be official exclamation is that fire brought down building 7. [01:26:35.420 --> 01:26:41.420] Over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believed there was more to the story. [01:26:41.420 --> 01:26:43.420] Bring justice to my son, my uncle. [01:26:43.420 --> 01:26:44.420] My nephew, my son. [01:26:44.420 --> 01:26:46.420] Go to building what.org. [01:26:46.420 --> 01:26:49.420] Why it sells, why it matters, and what you can do. [01:26:49.420 --> 01:26:53.420] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law Traffic Seminar. [01:26:53.420 --> 01:26:56.420] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society. [01:26:56.420 --> 01:26:58.420] If we, the people, are ever going to have a free society, [01:26:58.420 --> 01:27:01.420] then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [01:27:01.420 --> 01:27:04.420] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, [01:27:04.420 --> 01:27:06.420] the right to act in our own private capacity, [01:27:06.420 --> 01:27:08.420] and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [01:27:08.420 --> 01:27:10.420] The traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity [01:27:10.420 --> 01:27:14.420] to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. [01:27:14.420 --> 01:27:17.420] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, [01:27:17.420 --> 01:27:20.420] has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available [01:27:20.420 --> 01:27:22.420] that will help you understand what due process is [01:27:22.420 --> 01:27:24.420] and how to hold courts to the Rule of Law. [01:27:24.420 --> 01:27:26.420] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material [01:27:26.420 --> 01:27:29.420] by going to RuleofLawRadio.com and ordering your copy today. [01:27:43.420 --> 01:27:45.420] By ordering your copy today and together, [01:27:45.420 --> 01:27:48.420] we can have free society we all want and deserve. [01:27:48.420 --> 01:28:10.420] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:28:18.420 --> 01:28:42.420] All right folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio, [01:28:42.420 --> 01:28:52.420] the calling number 512-646-1984. [01:28:52.420 --> 01:28:59.420] Now, since we're talking about what powers government does or doesn't legitimately have, [01:28:59.420 --> 01:29:06.420] can someone please call in and explain to me why it is that five police officers [01:29:06.420 --> 01:29:14.420] can confess publicly to engaging in child sex trafficking [01:29:14.420 --> 01:29:19.420] and that they are neither fired nor prosecuted [01:29:19.420 --> 01:29:27.420] and that this is somehow seen as a legitimate function of government. [01:29:27.420 --> 01:29:36.420] Can anyone call in that to that phone number and give me a reasonable, logical basis [01:29:36.420 --> 01:29:40.420] for why that was the result of this confession? [01:29:40.420 --> 01:29:45.420] Five cops confess child sex trafficking, [01:29:45.420 --> 01:29:51.420] abuse of minors, molestation of children. [01:29:51.420 --> 01:29:57.420] They engaged in sex acts with these children, confessed to it, [01:29:57.420 --> 01:30:04.420] and yet nobody lost their job, nobody got prosecuted. [01:30:04.420 --> 01:30:12.420] How is that a legitimate function of government? [01:30:12.420 --> 01:30:17.420] Either the sex trafficking or the failure to go after them for the sex trafficking. [01:30:17.420 --> 01:30:22.420] How is either one of those a legitimate function of government? [01:30:22.420 --> 01:30:27.420] And let's not forget, this is in California. [01:30:27.420 --> 01:30:37.420] If there is a Solomon Gamora biblically speaking, it's in California. [01:30:37.420 --> 01:30:54.420] So why does the California government think this is okay to not punish, to not hold accountable? [01:30:54.420 --> 01:31:00.420] If you can call in and explain that, I am all ears. [01:31:00.420 --> 01:31:07.420] If you know of this happening in any other state of the union, same question applies. [01:31:07.420 --> 01:31:20.420] How can you turn a blind eye to this under the misconception that this is a legitimate function of government in either of these cases? [01:31:20.420 --> 01:31:27.420] Either the doing of the sex trafficking or of the failure to go after those engaged in the sex trafficking. [01:31:27.420 --> 01:31:34.420] But I just don't see it. [01:31:34.420 --> 01:31:42.420] And we don't think that there's a need for us to take the law into our own hands these days. [01:31:42.420 --> 01:31:56.420] It would seem like we, the people, are the only ones that will do what the law actually requires to be done if and when we thought we stood at any chance of actually getting it done. [01:31:56.420 --> 01:32:15.420] The fact of the matter is, we should be able to arrest and demand or to actually prosecute ourselves every government individual that engages in something illegal using their office to do it. [01:32:15.420 --> 01:32:22.420] See, this is what I keep trying to say about how our constitutional writings have failed us. [01:32:22.420 --> 01:32:38.420] Our state and federal constitutions have done far much to say what power the government has and far too little to say what specific things the people can do when the government fails in its proper use of those powers. [01:32:38.420 --> 01:32:55.420] Because they presumed that the voting process and that the IQ of the people would always be good enough to resolve these problems. And we know that's not the case. [01:32:55.420 --> 01:33:15.420] So by failing to put something directly within the Constitution that made it impossible for the government to turn a blind eye or suffer persecution by us for its failure to act, we trusted that we would stay on top of things well enough to ensure that it was all done correctly. [01:33:15.420 --> 01:33:23.420] And we know now that that's just a pipe dream. It didn't happen. It's never going to happen. [01:33:23.420 --> 01:33:44.420] Because people get too self-involved. People get too indoctrinated in being self-involved so that the system becomes self-managing and self-aware without any input and control and oversight by us. [01:33:44.420 --> 01:34:09.420] And that is our biggest constitutional failing at both the state and the federal level. We did not put the necessary linguistic teeth into either document to ensure that when our public servants run astray, we the people have the power directly to go after them, [01:34:09.420 --> 01:34:18.420] prosecute them, and make them accountable for their actions. [01:34:18.420 --> 01:34:32.420] And it shows. Because they get bolder and more egregious in what they do every single day. Every single day. [01:34:32.420 --> 01:34:46.420] And I don't care if you believe the cops are good people or if you believe they're entirely bad people. I, for one, give them the benefit of the doubt until the moment they give me a reason not to as far as that goes. [01:34:46.420 --> 01:34:56.420] Not necessarily enough to call them in every case. I will call them only if it's absolutely necessary. [01:34:56.420 --> 01:35:10.420] But the fact of the matter is, I'd rather be able to make the arrest or do something that needs to be done myself and not have to worry about the repercussions when they show up, which I think we should all have the right to do. [01:35:10.420 --> 01:35:32.420] If the cops not around and there's a person committing an actual legitimate crime, then we should have the power to do what's necessary to apprehend the individual and turn them over to the proper authority, whatever that may be, the jail or the cop that finally arrives or whatever. [01:35:32.420 --> 01:35:41.420] But the response time around here is to dag gum slow. If it's not an actual butchering murder that's ongoing, you can't get a cop out here in this neighborhood. [01:35:41.420 --> 01:35:51.420] Even though there's a way station for them right down the road, not 200 yards from where I live, you cannot get the cops here in less than 15 to 30 minutes. [01:35:51.420 --> 01:35:58.420] Doesn't matter what the problem is. 15 to 30 minutes. You're going to wait that long no matter what. [01:35:58.420 --> 01:36:05.420] I mean, I've caught people shacking up in empty houses. I've caught people breaking into cars in the wee hours of the morning. [01:36:05.420 --> 01:36:17.420] I've had cops come by and vandalize my cars. Actual city cops come by and vandalize my cars sitting out here parked on the street. [01:36:17.420 --> 01:36:24.420] Because they didn't like the fact that they didn't have current registration and inspection stickers on them. [01:36:24.420 --> 01:36:41.420] So they vandalized them. They rolled up my license plate, they smashed my windshields, trying to do anything they could to give the car the appearance of being inoperable so that they could steal it. [01:36:41.420 --> 01:36:51.420] These are the kinds of things that people don't want to admit these cops are engaged in and yet they are. Day in and day out. [01:36:51.420 --> 01:37:02.420] They're going to do what they're going to do because they think they have the power and they think they ought to have it even if we didn't give it to them or they weren't giving it properly by anyone or anything. [01:37:02.420 --> 01:37:14.420] They believe they're doing it the right way that they can because it needs to be done. That's that rule of necessity I was talking about. [01:37:14.420 --> 01:37:24.420] And when they think that way they are proving that they have no concept or care about what an individual right is and what private property is. [01:37:24.420 --> 01:37:33.420] They simply do not care because they know they are protected in their actions by the powers that be. [01:37:33.420 --> 01:37:40.420] They are the guard dogs of those that give them the power to abuse. [01:37:40.420 --> 01:37:50.420] And the guard dog in this instance is highly unlikely to bite the hand that feeds it. [01:37:50.420 --> 01:38:05.420] So I say again, the system cannot be fixed from within or through its own process because its own process is absolutely corrupt. [01:38:05.420 --> 01:38:11.420] No one in there will do what they're supposed to do at every point in this process. [01:38:11.420 --> 01:38:15.420] If you get it past step one, someone's going to try to screw it at step two. [01:38:15.420 --> 01:38:19.420] If you get it past step two, someone's going to try to screw it at step three. [01:38:19.420 --> 01:38:22.420] If you get it past the first three, someone's going to try to screw it at step four. [01:38:22.420 --> 01:38:24.420] Guaranteed. [01:38:24.420 --> 01:38:36.420] No yes, no ands, no buts, it's going to happen. The system cannot be fixed by its own process. [01:38:36.420 --> 01:38:39.420] Alright folks, we've got one more segment to the end of the show. [01:38:39.420 --> 01:38:48.420] 512-646-1984. Give us a call and we'll be right back after the break. [01:38:48.420 --> 01:38:54.420] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area of nutrition. [01:38:54.420 --> 01:38:57.420] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves. [01:38:57.420 --> 01:38:59.420] And it's time we changed all that. [01:38:59.420 --> 01:39:05.420] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition. [01:39:05.420 --> 01:39:13.420] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated and mutilated, young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. [01:40:48.420 --> 01:41:01.420] No wonder the day I was born, the nurses all gathered round, and they gave them wide wonder at the joy they had found. [01:41:01.420 --> 01:41:06.420] The nurse spoke up to leave this world alone. [01:41:06.420 --> 01:41:10.420] She could tell right away that I was bad as a bone. [01:41:10.420 --> 01:41:13.420] Bad as a bone. [01:41:13.420 --> 01:41:19.420] Bad as a bone. [01:41:19.420 --> 01:41:24.420] Bad as a bone. [01:41:24.420 --> 01:41:31.420] Alright folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. We are now in the final segment of tonight's show. [01:41:31.420 --> 01:41:34.420] Okay. [01:41:34.420 --> 01:41:53.420] So, because the system cannot be fixed using its own rules and procedures anymore, because it ignores the rule of law and the rights of the people to get its own ends met and achieve its own goals despite everything it's supposed to do for us instead of to us, [01:41:53.420 --> 01:41:57.420] we're still left with the same question once again. [01:41:57.420 --> 01:42:00.420] What are we going to do about it? How are we going to do something about it? [01:42:00.420 --> 01:42:05.420] What's it going to take for you to realize something needs to be done about it? [01:42:05.420 --> 01:42:15.420] Why have we allowed this system to get as far off the tracks as it has? [01:42:15.420 --> 01:42:20.420] I don't have all these answers, folks. I wish I did. [01:42:20.420 --> 01:42:31.420] I wish more people out there would understand the problem and themselves try to say, I don't know either, but let's get together and find a solution. [01:42:31.420 --> 01:42:40.420] Because I'm not really sure if, like I said, short of a civil war that there is a solution. [01:42:40.420 --> 01:42:51.420] Because I just don't see government willingly giving back the power it has stolen, willingly admitting that it was ever wrong in the first place, [01:42:51.420 --> 01:43:00.420] willingly admitting that everything it did, someone has to pay for from its side of things. [01:43:00.420 --> 01:43:18.420] It's the people, the ones who engaged in the conduct that's under scrutiny and that was wrong. Somebody's got to hold them accountable and the system just can't or won't do it. [01:43:18.420 --> 01:43:24.420] I don't know where it leaves us other than scratching our heads most of the time. [01:43:24.420 --> 01:43:31.420] Because without thinking about these things, we can't ever come up with a solution. [01:43:31.420 --> 01:43:39.420] Elections aren't doing the job. Voting's not doing the job. Choosing the right people's not doing the job because there's no right people to choose. [01:43:39.420 --> 01:43:54.420] You're always being shown bad and worse, okay? That's your choices, bad or worse. And when it comes down to it, it's always the least worst. [01:43:54.420 --> 01:44:03.420] But somehow or other, no one gets to the point of ever understanding that worse is still worse. Bad is still bad. [01:44:03.420 --> 01:44:09.420] Why are they the only options? Why should we choose them just because they're the options? [01:44:09.420 --> 01:44:15.420] Why shouldn't we say nobody? If this is our field of choices, none of them get elected. [01:44:15.420 --> 01:44:22.420] This year we don't have a president. We won't get a president. We don't need a president. We don't need a congressman. [01:44:22.420 --> 01:44:28.420] We don't need a representative because nobody is going to do the job right. [01:44:28.420 --> 01:44:37.420] Everybody is in this for themselves. And until we fix the rules that everyone has to play by and make sure that we have built-in accountability to those rules, [01:44:37.420 --> 01:44:46.420] that cannot be challenged, cannot be ignored, and cannot be prevented from being put into action, [01:44:46.420 --> 01:45:07.420] that's the only kind of system we're ever going to have, a broken one. Ever again, it's the only kind we will ever get because there's no way to get any other the way it currently operates. [01:45:07.420 --> 01:45:20.420] And that's what everybody has to understand at some point. And it's the failure to understand that that's going to prevent us from ever coming up with a solution, [01:45:20.420 --> 01:45:31.420] or at least a peaceable one. It's always going to be a handful of people willing to do what needs to be done versus the people standing together in unison and insisting that it be done [01:45:31.420 --> 01:45:45.420] in such a way that there are no pockets of violence, there are no internal pockets of war, this group against the official forces, et cetera, et cetera, with somebody caught in the middle. [01:45:45.420 --> 01:45:54.420] It's either going to be divided down the middle or most on one side or the other, but somebody is going to have to pick a side. [01:45:54.420 --> 01:46:01.420] We're not going to be able to resolve this and get it working right with a bunch of people on standby. [01:46:01.420 --> 01:46:18.420] It's not going to be like the Revolutionary War with England where only a small handful did what needed to be done while everybody else just stood by and waited to take sides after the fact so that they couldn't be accused of siding with the wrong one. [01:46:18.420 --> 01:46:32.420] That is the coward's positions, people, in case you didn't realize that. Failing to make a choice because you don't want to be on the wrong side at the end of it, that's a coward's motivation for not choosing, [01:46:32.420 --> 01:46:45.420] because the only thing you believe in is yourself and protecting yourself no matter what anyone else has to pay price-wise for your protection. [01:46:45.420 --> 01:46:52.420] When you refuse to choose a side and stand your ground, you're being a coward. [01:46:52.420 --> 01:47:01.420] You're leaving someone else once again to have to make the choice for you and risk everything for you to do what's right. [01:47:01.420 --> 01:47:12.420] And the only reason you're willing to accept that is because you were too cowardly to fight against it in the first place. [01:47:12.420 --> 01:47:17.420] It just shouldn't be this way. [01:47:17.420 --> 01:47:24.420] And I still can't understand why it is, but it is. [01:47:24.420 --> 01:47:29.420] Okay, looks like we had somebody pop up on the board. I can't tell who it is, though. [01:47:29.420 --> 01:47:33.420] Area Code 718. Who am I talking to? [01:47:33.420 --> 01:47:40.420] Okay, well, I'm not talking to anybody at the moment. I guess either they dropped off or the calls headed over to the screener. I don't know. [01:47:40.420 --> 01:47:44.420] If they pop back up, I'll try to answer it again before I'm out of time. [01:47:44.420 --> 01:47:52.420] But in any case, folks, wake up. [01:47:52.420 --> 01:48:01.420] I don't know what that will take. I don't know what kind of alarm clock you need, but you got to wake up. You just have to. [01:48:01.420 --> 01:48:08.420] Okay, we got them back on the board now. It looks like Scott in New York. Scott, what can we do for you? [01:48:08.420 --> 01:48:14.420] Evening. Well, you're asking the question, the reason why is it's not logical. It's because they say so. [01:48:14.420 --> 01:48:23.420] And it's not reasonable or any of that. But as far as a lot of the unknown, Deborah Tavares' last two videos, except not counting the one from today, [01:48:23.420 --> 01:48:31.420] really explains and links a lot of things. One of them from like two days ago is that her YouTube channel is... [01:48:31.420 --> 01:48:33.420] I'm sorry, whose video? [01:48:33.420 --> 01:48:41.420] Deborah Tavares from California, very great researcher and doing it for well over a decade. [01:48:41.420 --> 01:48:48.420] Her YouTube and website is stopthecrime.net. [01:48:48.420 --> 01:48:49.420] Okay. [01:48:49.420 --> 01:48:54.420] The video from like two days ago, what on earth is going on? [01:48:54.420 --> 01:49:01.420] groundbreaking Claire Edwards presentation, a live mayor. She's translating some documents from German. [01:49:01.420 --> 01:49:11.420] And then the one an hour and a half long from like yesterday, some Israel news thing, Deborah on the phone with some man from Israel, [01:49:11.420 --> 01:49:16.420] really explains a lot of what you don't know. It's really deep. It's been going on for generations. [01:49:16.420 --> 01:49:24.420] And it's really, between those two videos, and maybe take a look at something, the report from Iron Mountain from 1961, [01:49:24.420 --> 01:49:32.420] and you'll get the bigger picture of why, how we got to where we are today. It's said, and it's true. [01:49:32.420 --> 01:49:41.420] But people don't know anything. They're just so controlled in so many ways that they don't know real information from false information, [01:49:41.420 --> 01:49:50.420] wrong from right. Anyway, I know you're short on time, but I wanted to answer your question is, they have immunity. [01:49:50.420 --> 01:49:57.420] That's why they can do it. It doesn't matter a child. It doesn't matter what they do. They're given the okay. [01:49:57.420 --> 01:50:09.420] And it comes from above and above and above and above. And it just gets, you know, worse, very, very few, very, very few get fired. [01:50:09.420 --> 01:50:15.420] And then once they get fired, they lose their immunity and then they get prosecuted. [01:50:15.420 --> 01:50:22.420] As long as they're under the employee, there's some new law, something 2020 passed about two months ago, [01:50:22.420 --> 01:50:29.420] that due to this defunding stuff, a lot of them are actually going to get, lose their immunity through this defunding. [01:50:29.420 --> 01:50:35.420] And people should start making complaints now for whatever this next system will be. The complaints will be there. [01:50:35.420 --> 01:50:39.420] They won't have the protection and immunity. And you can start going after them. [01:50:39.420 --> 01:50:45.420] It's not only going to matter for anything they do in the future. It's not going to matter for anything they've done in the past. [01:50:45.420 --> 01:50:46.420] Guaranteed. [01:50:46.420 --> 01:50:52.420] Well, no, everything's in flux, but it can't hurt to make the complaints and get it on the record, you know? [01:50:52.420 --> 01:51:00.420] For anything, whether it's child porn, to false arrest, whatever, now's the chance things are in flux and changing. [01:51:00.420 --> 01:51:07.420] And I don't know. But the fact that they have all these types of immunities is why? [01:51:07.420 --> 01:51:16.420] As long as they're under the employment, they're still getting not only immunity, they're still getting benefits of all types. [01:51:16.420 --> 01:51:24.420] You know, under the table benefits. You know, benefits from the state, when it's really a municipality. [01:51:24.420 --> 01:51:31.420] Benefits from who knows, doing to do with these marches and agencies and who knows, all of a sudden they show up with some great equipment. [01:51:31.420 --> 01:51:38.420] And yeah, you can have this. You don't know. There's all sorts of gifts, wink, wink, coming from all sorts of places. [01:51:38.420 --> 01:51:46.420] And the control that goes with that and the favors that go with that, nobody knows. Nobody has connection to source. [01:51:46.420 --> 01:51:48.420] They're all looking at their phones. [01:51:48.420 --> 01:51:57.420] Yeah. And they're not looking at anything worthwhile. They're just playing their games or reading stupid stuff or their own TikTok or something like that. [01:51:57.420 --> 01:52:01.420] Well, the mind controls deep. There's the mind control through the technology. [01:52:01.420 --> 01:52:08.420] I would argue that's not true because you would have to have a mind worthy of being controlled before that would be the case. [01:52:08.420 --> 01:52:15.420] And most people are just as mindless as can be. There's zombies walking around with an appearance of coherency. [01:52:15.420 --> 01:52:20.420] That's because the information control. The information control is mind control. [01:52:20.420 --> 01:52:27.420] All the information that they have, the peer reviewed reports, it's the finest propaganda money can buy. [01:52:27.420 --> 01:52:31.420] So there's the information control that brings us to where we are now. [01:52:31.420 --> 01:52:36.420] You know, this is no accident how we get to where we are. But there's the music, huh? [01:52:36.420 --> 01:52:41.420] Okay. Well, you asked for somebody to call and answer the question. [01:52:41.420 --> 01:52:44.420] All right. Well, I appreciate you calling in, Scott. [01:52:44.420 --> 01:52:46.420] Immunity. Okay. Good night. [01:52:46.420 --> 01:52:50.420] All right. Have a good night. All right, folks. We're at the end of the show. [01:52:50.420 --> 01:52:58.420] I want to thank all of you for listening.
