[00:00.000 --> 00:06.800] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown. [00:06.800 --> 00:13.200] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with precious metals, gold at $1,429 an ounce, [00:13.200 --> 00:21.440] silver $16.45 an ounce, copper $2.75 an ounce, oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent crude [00:21.440 --> 00:29.840] $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum $200.00 [00:29.840 --> 00:41.440] $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [00:45.920 --> 00:52.400] Today in history the year 1916 the preparedness day bombing a time suitcase bomb was detonated [00:52.400 --> 00:58.240] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I preparedness day parade killing 10 and [00:58.240 --> 01:07.440] entering 40 today in history. In recent news since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill [01:07.440 --> 01:13.120] 1325 legalizing Hemp into Texas law back in June county prosecutors around the state including [01:13.120 --> 01:17.680] Houston, Austin and San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing [01:17.680 --> 01:22.640] to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment [01:22.640 --> 01:28.000] to test the year for THC. Margaret Moore the Travis County District Attorney announced earlier this [01:28.000 --> 01:33.440] month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law. [01:33.440 --> 01:37.840] Mr. Abbott and other state officials including the Attorney General stipulated in a letter to [01:37.840 --> 01:42.800] county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas [01:42.800 --> 01:49.600] and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works as well as other cities too [01:49.600 --> 01:56.400] like the district attorney in El Paso, Kyma Esparza a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that [01:56.400 --> 02:01.760] the law quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.760 --> 02:06.720] However the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball an assistant public defender [02:06.720 --> 02:11.200] in Harris County who stated that quote the law is constantly changing on what makes something [02:11.200 --> 02:15.920] illegal based on its chemical makeup. It's important that if someone is charged with something [02:15.920 --> 02:24.960] the test matches what they're charged with. A paper by Tulane University identified a five [02:24.960 --> 02:30.640] and a half inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico the specimen [02:30.640 --> 02:36.160] being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way [02:36.160 --> 02:41.760] back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. According to the university paper the shark secretes a [02:41.760 --> 02:48.880] luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey [02:48.880 --> 02:58.000] who may be drawn into the glow. This is Ruth Rody with your lowdown for July 22nd 2019 [03:18.880 --> 03:38.320] okay howdy howdy Randy Kelton rule of law radio on this the night Friday the night day of October [03:39.440 --> 03:47.120] 2020 and I'm here all by myself tonight so depending on how well my voice holds up it [03:47.120 --> 03:54.080] seems to be in pretty good shape today if it if it fails and I don't have a lot of calls and then [03:54.080 --> 03:59.600] I may have to pull the plug it 10 o'clock but I'm going to do my best to do the entire show [04:00.400 --> 04:12.240] because I have some interesting information. When the Covoid issue first entered onto the scene [04:12.240 --> 04:30.320] there was a lot of conjecture that this was part of a long-term plot to undermine the liberty of [04:30.320 --> 04:39.440] the people of the United States. If you listen to my show a lot you you will know that I am [04:39.440 --> 04:48.160] a verse to conspiracy theories because in doing this show all of these years every time something [04:48.160 --> 04:58.160] happens I get all of the scoop immediately the shooter walks into a movie theater in Colorado [04:58.160 --> 05:06.480] and here's a bunch of people within hours I had the names of the FBI agents who provided him [05:06.480 --> 05:14.400] with the weapons. I had the names of the CIA agents Spooks who provided him with the [05:14.400 --> 05:25.120] psychotropic drugs. I had the whole story. Okay it was all horsemen or but I had sent to me [05:25.120 --> 05:36.000] the shooters in Washington DC. Early on I had the whole story of exactly what was going on [05:36.800 --> 05:45.040] and all of this was was a cover to cover up the fact that the real target was the FBI [05:45.040 --> 05:54.240] and now an analyst who was shot all the other people were shot to cover that up [05:55.120 --> 06:01.840] well it turned out that was nonsense but I had all the FBI agents all of the people who were [06:01.840 --> 06:12.400] involved I had that almost immediately. Took off shot in Mississippi by a legal reform guy who [06:12.400 --> 06:20.160] was pretty famous and I had whole stories all they were all set up so that the the FBI could murder [06:20.160 --> 06:30.480] them. Two years later when I saw the videos the 16 year old boy stepped two policemen pulled him [06:30.480 --> 06:37.920] over because they had a bogus plate. This boy stepped out of the car with a AR-15 and shot [06:37.920 --> 06:47.200] these two police officers down like they were dogs but I had the whole story it was a conspiracy [06:47.200 --> 06:57.440] it was a global conspiracy to take over us all. Okay I get real tense when people call in about [06:57.440 --> 07:08.320] securities about conspiracies and for years I've heard about the Rockefellers and the Bilderbergs [07:08.320 --> 07:19.120] all creating a situation to where they could take over our system of government and turn it into a [07:19.120 --> 07:29.600] fascist dictatorship like Mussolini did in the early years of World War II and that has been [07:30.320 --> 07:41.680] the looming threat. When this Covoid epidemic was first launched I looked at it and my immediate [07:41.680 --> 07:54.800] consideration was if this was part of the Rockefellers plan to move us from a capitalistic [07:54.800 --> 08:03.040] society to a fascist society and for those of you who are not clear on the difference between [08:03.040 --> 08:12.720] capitalism and fascism fascism is essentially a government controlled by big business that's the [08:12.720 --> 08:19.680] easiest way to describe it big business large corporations they decide what happens they buy [08:19.680 --> 08:26.320] the politics they control everything and on the surface you could make a pretty good argument for [08:26.320 --> 08:36.240] fascism big business is not necessarily a problem big business creates for the people what the people [08:36.240 --> 08:42.800] need and most for the most part they create things that the people could not create for themselves [08:43.600 --> 08:50.000] and they make everybody's life better so we should build a government around big business [08:50.000 --> 09:02.240] and good luck with that we all recognize the problem with that but there was all of this [09:02.240 --> 09:10.720] conjecture that that was what was going on that the Rockefellers Foundation had designed this [09:10.720 --> 09:25.600] whole scenario as a mechanism to bring us all in line with a fascist big government big business [09:25.600 --> 09:41.680] system and when I looked at that this convoy epidemic just did not fit right and you know there [09:41.680 --> 09:51.120] was indication before all of the the pandemic occurred Fauci had already clearly stated that [09:51.120 --> 09:59.440] President Trump would have to deal with a pandemic during his administration how did he know that [10:02.400 --> 10:08.640] how did he know that this pandemic would occur in the Trump administration [10:10.160 --> 10:19.280] before any indication of a problem occurred well it's a good reason and the indication was [10:19.280 --> 10:29.280] is that there was a plan to institute a to create a pandemic so that they could bring all of the [10:29.280 --> 10:35.520] people into a position to where they would respond to government who is there to protect them [10:37.680 --> 10:44.400] and I do a show on Monday nights with Pastor Massad on truth radio network and Deborah beat [10:44.400 --> 10:50.800] me up for talking about another network on this network but I do do that show and the pastor [10:50.800 --> 10:58.880] was certain that this was the Rockefeller Foundation instituting the exact scenario [10:59.840 --> 11:08.560] that they outlined in 2013 they put out a document that outlined exactly what happened [11:08.560 --> 11:20.560] and they did that in 2020 they put that out in 2013 and it was his position that this was all [11:20.560 --> 11:27.200] organized and the Democrats were absolutely certain that Hillary Clinton would get elected [11:28.320 --> 11:35.120] and they could implement this plan to bring us all under the control of a one world government [11:35.120 --> 11:42.960] and when I looked at it I said well I've asked the case they screwed it up [11:44.480 --> 11:54.480] in order to get that to work the players had to have a president in their pocket [11:54.480 --> 12:08.640] nobody imagined that Trump would defeat Hillary Clinton I mean how why else would she actually [12:09.200 --> 12:16.720] stand in front of news cameras on national television and refer to anyone who didn't [12:16.720 --> 12:28.320] agree with her and the Democratic Party as deplorables that was the height of hubris hubris [12:30.880 --> 12:37.360] confidence essentially it's overconfidence [12:37.360 --> 12:45.920] she was absolutely certain that they had this thought up but the American public [12:45.920 --> 12:53.200] they just you just can't depend on them they have this annoying way of thinking for themselves [12:54.320 --> 13:00.640] and they elected Trump you know I'll tell you I voted for Trump for one reason [13:00.640 --> 13:11.200] because he was such a jerk Trump was the most annoying and infuriating [13:12.000 --> 13:16.240] politician I ever come across and that's because he wasn't really a politician [13:17.920 --> 13:24.160] he was a businessman and he really did not care what people thought about him and I looked at that [13:24.160 --> 13:35.680] and I said I don't care what Trump stands for he's a gadfly James Madison it was his [13:37.760 --> 13:46.320] specifically stated intentions that the American form of government be a three at least a three [13:46.320 --> 13:55.760] party system if not more he was very concerned about a two-party or one-party system and [13:56.320 --> 14:04.960] even though Trump was a jerk he was different from the Republicans as a Democrats it is my [14:04.960 --> 14:16.320] contention that the Republicans and the Democrats are all backed by the fascist focused big money [14:16.320 --> 14:25.600] big business interests and essentially they all have their snouts in the same trough [14:25.600 --> 14:34.640] yes one's a little liberal one's a little conservative but at the end of the day [14:35.520 --> 14:42.400] they all serve the same masters now Trump may have his snout in someone's trough [14:44.000 --> 14:48.800] but it's not the one the Democrats and Republicans got theirs in I'm not naive enough [14:48.800 --> 14:58.640] to think that I can vote for someone who is actually immune from all of these very powerful [14:58.640 --> 15:09.360] interests if you think that I have a bridge I'd like to sell you in Brooklyn money and power [15:09.360 --> 15:15.120] will always influence considered Jesus Christ you went around the holy land preaching essentially [15:15.120 --> 15:23.760] what the Pharisees considered as heresy and and Saul before he became Paul Saul from Tarsus [15:24.400 --> 15:33.520] went to the Pharisees and wanted them to crucify John and Peter John being Jesus's cousin Peter [15:33.520 --> 15:45.840] being I mean Peter being Jesus's cousin and John being his brother and the Pharisees said I don't [15:45.840 --> 15:53.360] bother anybody heck with them it wasn't until Jesus went into the temple and kicked over the [15:53.360 --> 16:01.280] tables of the money changers that he got in trouble you should pay close attention to that [16:01.280 --> 16:09.520] it is the money changers and always has been the money changers the big banks too big to fail [16:10.080 --> 16:14.880] when they do the stupidest things they can do and screw up everything they bring in the government [16:14.880 --> 16:20.400] because they've got them bought and paid for and they become too big to fail so the government [16:20.400 --> 16:31.040] button bails them out these are the influence that influences that have been manipulating the system to [16:31.040 --> 16:38.000] bring us into a one-world government I want to come back on the other side I'll talk about [16:38.560 --> 16:47.920] what I believe is happening that gives us opportunity to interdict and change the course [16:47.920 --> 16:53.760] of the rest of our future in this [19:26.240 --> 19:41.760] okay we are back ready kelton rule of law radio on this friday the ninth day of october 2020 [19:42.560 --> 19:50.560] and if i sound like i'm struggling i assure you that i am there is a [19:50.560 --> 20:00.240] a understanding i'm struggling to communicate and i'm very concerned that i'm not getting my [20:01.200 --> 20:07.280] message across i see us at a critical crossroads [20:09.920 --> 20:17.520] this pandemic this was spoken about by the bill de berge back in 2013 [20:17.520 --> 20:28.320] and they laid out exactly this scenario and they laid out this scenario based on a coronavirus [20:29.520 --> 20:39.120] covid-19 is a coronavirus and you know there was there were all of these conspiracy theorists [20:39.120 --> 20:45.840] who were saying that it was the intention of the rockfell foundation and the big money backers of [20:45.840 --> 20:58.400] the foundation to use a pandemic to take control of the public use a pandemic to access the [21:01.280 --> 21:12.160] civility of the public who are essentially human beings we heard we gather together in groups [21:12.160 --> 21:21.520] and we were very conscious of our connection with the rest of members of our groups we will [21:22.720 --> 21:29.600] do whatever it takes to protect the herd that's how we get children to go to combat [21:31.040 --> 21:37.280] we told them if you go to combat you will help protect the rights and the freedoms of everyone [21:37.280 --> 21:44.800] in this country and when i was 18 19 i bought that story [21:47.280 --> 21:53.040] and i was willing to lay my life down if that's what it took [21:54.480 --> 22:04.320] to protect my friends and my neighbors and my relatives my twin brother did just exactly that [22:04.320 --> 22:11.200] human beings will do that we humans heard we gather together in groups we're not like tigers [22:11.920 --> 22:19.360] tigers if they raise their cubs for two years and they cast them out if subsequently if the cub [22:19.360 --> 22:27.760] comes into the the parents hunting territory the parent will attack the cub they're solitary [22:27.760 --> 22:35.120] hunters humans are not we gather together in groups and that is a characteristic that is [22:35.120 --> 22:44.320] constantly used against us so there's this deal with the rockerfella foundation trying to craft a [22:45.360 --> 22:54.240] pandemic that will allow them to bring everyone in line and get them to accept the government [22:54.240 --> 23:04.800] as their protectors and help them out and make everybody safe and all you have to do is give up [23:04.800 --> 23:12.960] all your rights and freedoms to the fascist dictators who will now provide you with whatever [23:12.960 --> 23:19.920] you need so long as you work very very hard and produce for them they will give you enough so you [23:19.920 --> 23:38.240] can get by well i'm not satisfied with just getting by i am beyond that i intend that the [23:38.240 --> 23:45.280] constitution be upheld don't care if there's a pandemic when this pandemic first occurred it [23:45.280 --> 23:55.840] was my opinion that it was a mistake yes there's indication that hillary clinton and a lot of [23:56.800 --> 24:02.560] people who follow them i'm not going to say little liberal because i don't think it's that simple [24:04.000 --> 24:11.600] it would be easy to take everyone who's liberal everyone who still believes [24:11.600 --> 24:22.880] that in the best of humanity that humanity is essentially good and if we trust the goodness [24:22.880 --> 24:31.200] of humanity that we can make life better for everyone the cast deal with somehow evil in this [24:31.200 --> 24:42.400] plot would just be inappropriate but i do see something occurring and it appears as though [24:43.600 --> 24:48.000] something was in the works and if you listen to my show a lot you know i hate conspiracies [24:49.840 --> 24:56.720] i have people claiming you know like i spoke to you at the beginning every single bad thing [24:56.720 --> 25:05.120] that happens somebody's claiming it's a it's a someone has designed this that this is a [25:05.120 --> 25:14.880] grand conspiracy to enslave us all well that's what that does is hide the real things if they do [25:14.880 --> 25:25.200] come along so i'm reluctant to go to conspiracy but if that was the intent the coronavirus [25:25.200 --> 25:37.120] was premature and i've heard the arguments that china launched the coronavirus against all of us [25:38.160 --> 25:46.240] horse manure china was crawling out of third world status with the largest population on the [25:46.240 --> 25:56.160] planet with the prospect of it becoming the single most powerful economic engine on planet earth why on [25:56.160 --> 26:03.840] earth would they unleash a pandemic in their own country that wound up affecting everybody else [26:05.440 --> 26:12.800] that'd be the most stupidest thing i've ever heard of there is no way that china can benefit [26:12.800 --> 26:26.640] from this pandemic the bill bergs or the rockfella foundation if they launch this pandemic the only [26:26.640 --> 26:35.920] way it could work in their favor is if they had the president in their pocket and before the election [26:35.920 --> 26:43.120] of before trump got elected there was no question that hillary clinton was going to win the election [26:44.320 --> 26:50.240] so it appears as though if that conspiracy existed that they had it already planned out [26:51.520 --> 26:57.600] and as soon as hillary got in they would move forward with their plan but hillary didn't get in [26:57.600 --> 27:08.560] so what if rocker fellers deliberately unleashed this pandemic on us well they did that [27:10.080 --> 27:19.840] they were incredibly premature they had to have a president in their pocket to benefit [27:19.840 --> 27:28.800] from this pandemic and they did not have it so it's inconceivable that the bill the bergs or the [27:28.800 --> 27:37.840] rocker fellers would have launched a pandemic of this nature to try to take over the planet the [27:37.840 --> 27:47.120] way these conspiracy theorists are alleging and i don't mean to discount what these people are saying [27:47.120 --> 27:59.360] and it would be inappropriate to ignore all the evidence however it you can't consider that any [27:59.360 --> 28:06.960] group is just stupid they're not they're very intelligent so how could this happen [28:06.960 --> 28:19.040] is my opinion that when in 2003 i believe it was either three or 13 the federal government [28:19.040 --> 28:30.000] forbade the kind of research that created this this covoid 19 virus the legislature [28:30.000 --> 28:36.240] forbade that kind of research what they were doing is they take a virus that could possibly [28:36.240 --> 28:44.000] jump to humans and they mutated to try to find a variety that would affect humans and then before [28:44.000 --> 28:56.480] it eventually jumps to humans they developed a counter measure for it and so they cultivate [28:56.480 --> 29:02.080] these things so that they become infectious to humans they create a counter measure well this [29:02.080 --> 29:11.440] sounds like a good idea no it's not that's insane there's nothing to indicate that the covoid 19 [29:11.440 --> 29:19.600] would ever have a jumped from monkeys to or bats to humans and our legislature said you guys got [29:19.600 --> 29:27.600] to cut this out and took away all the funding for that kind of a research and forbade it in this [29:27.600 --> 29:36.640] country so Fauci took 380 million and gave it to the chinese in Wuhan to do exactly that kind of [29:36.640 --> 29:48.240] research and it is my opinion that there was an oops somebody walked out infected and it got out [29:48.240 --> 29:56.400] i'm going somewhere trust me guys randy calton will all radio we'll be right back [30:02.400 --> 30:06.320] it's clear cell phones have changed the way we live and work but have they negatively [30:06.320 --> 30:11.040] affected our health i betcha kevin albrecht and i'll be back in just a moment with new findings [30:11.040 --> 30:17.280] about how cell phones may actually alter our brain chemistry privacy is under attack when [30:17.280 --> 30:22.480] you give up data about yourself you'll never get it back again and once your privacy is gone [30:22.480 --> 30:28.400] you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too so protect your rights say no to surveillance [30:28.400 --> 30:34.160] and keep your information to yourself privacy it's worth hanging on to this public service [30:34.160 --> 30:38.720] announcement is brought to you by start page dot com the private search engine alternative [30:38.720 --> 30:47.360] to google yahoo and bing start over with start page cell phones emit radio frequency energy it's a [30:47.360 --> 30:51.680] fact but whether it's dangerous to have a phone beaming this kind of radiation near your head [30:51.680 --> 30:56.480] has been disputed some have blamed it for brain tumors while cell phone companies have downplayed [30:56.480 --> 31:01.280] concerns well now the journal of the american medical association is confirming that cell [31:01.280 --> 31:06.800] phones affect brain chemistry a study of 47 volunteers showed that glucose metabolism [31:06.800 --> 31:11.680] in the area of the brain closest to the cell phone antenna increases when the cell phone is on [31:11.680 --> 31:17.120] while researchers aren't sure whether this exposure causes damage i'm not taking any chances i always [31:17.120 --> 31:22.560] keep the phone far from my body and i use a corded headset i'm kathryn albrecht more news [31:22.560 --> 31:34.000] and information at kathryn albrecht dot com i lost my son discussion of the scriptures you're listening to the logos radio network and logos radio network [33:08.880 --> 33:23.920] dot com yeah i got that one rent and i'm gonna solve them to the end of government them prosecute [33:23.920 --> 33:37.040] them okay okay we are back brandy helton rule of law radio on this friday the ninth day of october [33:37.040 --> 33:48.880] 2020 and i know i'm going on a long dissertation here but i do have a point i think we are at a [33:48.880 --> 33:58.960] pivotal point in the history of the united states i accept that there are big money interests [33:58.960 --> 34:08.080] who are constantly trying to manipulate the legal landscape so it serves their interests [34:10.240 --> 34:17.600] that's the nature of the human animal that's what we do and the best thing about the american [34:17.600 --> 34:24.160] form of government is it takes those interests and splits them apart and sets them against one [34:24.160 --> 34:32.080] another and that's the best prescription for some level of stability and we've had that [34:34.400 --> 34:39.920] for the since i've been on the radio and actually for the last 30 years i've been warned about [34:40.960 --> 34:49.760] the the coming takeover of our capitalistic society but it hasn't happened and the reason [34:49.760 --> 34:56.640] it hasn't happened is because the structure of our system tends to pit one bad guy against another [34:57.840 --> 35:06.640] and one bad guy pitted against another bad guy tends to wind up moving us to the middle between [35:06.640 --> 35:16.480] the two and we wind up with a relatively stable system with interest on the outside trying to [35:16.480 --> 35:25.920] destable the system to fit their personal needs so far it's working pretty good and what i saw [35:25.920 --> 35:34.480] with the cowboy issue is it is my contention that this is not part of an overriding conspiracy [35:34.480 --> 35:48.560] this was a colossal error that there's indication that the Rockefeller foundation was in fact trying [35:48.560 --> 35:57.200] to create a pandemic circumstance that would allow the government to to infringe on the rights of [35:57.200 --> 36:06.240] the public and the people and take over the public and turn us into a fascist state okay i got that [36:08.160 --> 36:19.840] but as things go something always screws up and what i believe happened is that somebody walked out [36:19.840 --> 36:30.800] of that facility in wulan china and they had been infected with this covoid 19 strain of a [36:30.800 --> 36:39.760] coronavirus that they had been working on for a legitimate purpose they were working on this [36:39.760 --> 36:48.480] particular issue so that if the virus did mutate to the point that it would affect humans then they [36:48.480 --> 36:56.720] would already have a defense in place this is what the people in the research facility were doing [36:57.760 --> 37:04.320] they were working to protect everybody while there were may have been other interests that [37:04.320 --> 37:11.600] intended to use it for other purposes those actually doing the work were acting in the best [37:11.600 --> 37:20.560] of faith towards the right of things and somebody walked out of that facility infected and it got [37:20.560 --> 37:28.000] out before it was intended to it did not benefit the rockfellers or the foundation the only way [37:28.000 --> 37:36.640] you could benefit them is if they had a president in their pocket but they had this jerk the one [37:36.640 --> 37:46.240] i voted for the one i voted for because he was a jerk because while he may have had his snout [37:46.240 --> 37:52.960] in somebody's trough it wasn't in the same trough to republicans democrats had theirs in [37:53.840 --> 38:04.720] he was the gadfly and he has served that purpose admirably and he has gave us all an [38:04.720 --> 38:16.880] incredible opportunity now down to the meat of this the situation when this pandemic was [38:17.520 --> 38:25.280] fostered on the american public we had governors in every state and these governors [38:26.000 --> 38:31.680] looked at what was happening and said oh my goodness if i don't do something [38:31.680 --> 38:39.840] a lot of my constituents are likely to pass away as a result of this pandemic [38:40.880 --> 38:45.280] i have to do something to prevent that from happening [38:47.360 --> 38:51.520] and it's my position that no you did not [38:51.520 --> 39:06.640] not that was not your job the governors of all of the states had a duty to enforce the laws [39:07.440 --> 39:17.520] instituted by the legislature that was their job not to protect us from a pandemic [39:17.520 --> 39:25.760] we have other institutions designed for that purpose and the governors [39:27.840 --> 39:34.080] it appears they took their lead from new york because new york was the place where the [39:35.120 --> 39:42.400] pandemic seemed to have struck the hardest but when you look closer that may not be the case [39:42.400 --> 39:51.120] i mean it may not be the case that the pandemic was so horribly rampant in new york [39:52.240 --> 39:57.600] as opposed to everywhere else in the country there are other circumstances that went on [39:59.360 --> 40:09.600] people known to be infected with this particular pathogen were put into long-term care facilities [40:09.600 --> 40:21.680] with the most vulnerable march right after march the pandemic struck extremely hard [40:22.720 --> 40:28.000] and the number of infected patients went almost on the graph went almost straight up [40:28.720 --> 40:35.760] for about a month and a half and that's because in new york they were forcing infected people [40:35.760 --> 40:43.280] into extended care facilities with the most vulnerable [40:45.680 --> 40:52.000] and the numbers went up and the pandemic appeared to be a horrible situation [40:53.600 --> 41:02.160] but then they ran out of old people and killed a good number of them and then this large spike [41:02.160 --> 41:10.400] in infections dropped like a stone and it dropped down to about 10 of the max of the highest level [41:11.440 --> 41:19.840] and it pretty well stayed there but because of that spike the governor said oh my goodness [41:19.840 --> 41:25.200] we've got to do something to protect our people so they issued all of these executive orders [41:25.200 --> 41:36.320] well the problem with that is is the we have a government separated into three branches [41:38.160 --> 41:46.480] we have the legislature who creates law we have the executive who enforces law [41:46.480 --> 41:54.560] and we have the judiciary who stand between the legislation legislative and the executive branches [41:55.520 --> 42:01.760] and it is the judiciary who interprets the intent of the legislature for the executive [42:02.720 --> 42:12.960] they all three balance one another and the problem is is that the governor saw an emergency [42:12.960 --> 42:19.040] and they said hey guys we don't have time to wait for the legislature to get together and hammer out [42:19.040 --> 42:30.400] some remedy we don't trust them to get that done timely neither do we trust our masters the public [42:30.400 --> 42:43.280] to act with care consideration and civility they need to be controlled so we need to issue [42:44.160 --> 42:54.400] proclamations and edicts and tell our found our masters exactly what they must do [42:54.400 --> 43:01.680] in order to keep them all from dying i mean our public is just a are just a bunch of mindless [43:02.240 --> 43:11.440] know-nothings and they'll go out and kill each other if i as the governor don't crash the constitution [43:12.560 --> 43:21.600] ignore the laws passed by the legislature and issue orders by edict to protect my people [43:21.600 --> 43:31.200] now i'm not saying the governor's acting in bad faith i'm saying they felt like they were on the [43:31.200 --> 43:39.680] head of a pen and had to do something what i'm saying is is what they did was illegal [43:41.360 --> 43:46.640] and they hold the responsibility for their behavior and i'll go to the behavior their [43:46.640 --> 43:52.160] behavior when i come back on the other side randy kelton root of law radio our call in [43:52.160 --> 44:02.240] number 512646 1984 got the call board's open 46:43.760] friday the ninth day of october 2020 and early on i i asked for patience because i said i'm going [46:43.760 --> 46:51.680] somewhere okay here's where i'm going i am in austin texas at the moment i live up near dalis [46:51.680 --> 47:00.880] forth area i'm in austin because i came down here and filed a criminal complaint with the [47:01.760 --> 47:08.560] travis county grand jury i alleged that the governor of the state of texas [47:09.840 --> 47:20.880] commit committed at least 30 first degree felony aggravated assault i'm sorry first degree felony [47:20.880 --> 47:31.600] official misconduct actions against peace and dignity of texas the governor in an effort to [47:31.600 --> 47:42.080] protect us poor mindless minions from the effects of this corona virus issued executive orders in [47:42.080 --> 47:54.000] the form of proclamations and edicts he issued orders that had the effect of nullifying laws [47:55.920 --> 48:07.120] of creating laws of his own and of taking the department of public safety who are [48:07.120 --> 48:16.480] our po police officers in texas we have two forms of law enforcement personnel we have police [48:16.480 --> 48:26.720] officers and we have peace officers after war war two uh kumman became the president after [48:26.720 --> 48:34.320] roosevelt died and he was a road builder before he became president and he was aghast at the way [48:34.320 --> 48:40.960] we were building roads we're building roads for horses and buggies and we're screaming down those [48:40.960 --> 48:48.400] roads at 50 60 miles an hour and 3000 pounds a cast of of pig iron and we're slaughtering one another [48:49.600 --> 48:57.840] and he went to the corps of engineers and asked them to build him a design for a road system [48:57.840 --> 49:08.560] and he went to the legislatures and asked them to design and develop a transportation code [49:09.600 --> 49:15.200] it only applied to commercial drivers we just got out of a war and the last thing he was going to do [49:16.240 --> 49:24.080] is he put together a a set of laws that will interfere with the american public's love [49:24.080 --> 49:35.360] for their automobile they would never allow that so he instituted the transportation code only [49:36.240 --> 49:45.360] to govern commercial transportation and then he took he asked all the states to adopt this model [49:45.360 --> 49:50.880] transportation code and then the states for the most part did all with three and they took [49:50.880 --> 49:55.280] this transportation code and went to the sheriff's and said hey guys we've got this whole new set of [49:55.280 --> 50:02.880] code and we want you to enforce it and the sheriff said heck with that i don't have the funds to [50:02.880 --> 50:08.240] enforce that you want that enforced you either have to give me more funds and you have to find some [50:08.240 --> 50:18.240] other option and their other option was to take the state police and give them authority to enforce [50:18.240 --> 50:27.440] this commercial transportation code and they did that under the texas administrative code [50:28.400 --> 50:36.000] the department of public safety was created for the purpose of enforcing the commercial [50:36.000 --> 50:47.520] transportation code they are police officers in texas we have police officers and we have [50:47.520 --> 50:54.800] peace officers police officers are authorized to enforce the transportation code now they are [50:55.360 --> 51:05.520] certified as peace officers but they may not enforce the criminal laws except at the request [51:05.520 --> 51:15.120] of and under the direction of local law enforcement being the sheriffs we don't have a state [51:15.120 --> 51:22.640] policeing authority in the state of texas and for the most part no other state either [51:23.760 --> 51:30.880] the counties the county sheriff the county sheriff is the peace officer he's the one that [51:30.880 --> 51:38.960] enforces the criminal laws so that the enforcement of the criminal laws is broken up amongst the [51:38.960 --> 51:51.840] counties this avoids a single military type force that exerts authority over the entire state [51:53.040 --> 52:00.400] that was very carefully crafted by our founders they were concerned about a standing the dangers [52:00.400 --> 52:06.640] of a standing army and all through the quotes of the founders you find warnings against the [52:06.640 --> 52:14.400] standing army so avoid a standing army they divided up law enforcement amongst all the counties [52:15.440 --> 52:23.600] well the governor he issued some orders that he considered critical for protecting the public [52:24.320 --> 52:35.520] from this courage of coronavirus and he abolished a number of laws he created other laws of his own [52:35.520 --> 52:42.960] and then he took the department of public safety and converted them into a militia [52:45.040 --> 52:50.800] if you look at the constitution that article four that creates the governor's office [52:52.800 --> 53:00.880] it lists all of the things over which he has authority and control he does not list policing [53:00.880 --> 53:07.680] agencies it certainly does not list sheriff's departments but it does say that the governor [53:07.680 --> 53:17.440] has authority and control over a state militia but we don't have a state militia so what the [53:17.440 --> 53:23.920] governor did was took the department of public safety away from current wilson the director [53:23.920 --> 53:34.720] of the department of public safety and impaneled them as a state militia to enforce the edicts [53:35.440 --> 53:49.520] that he proclaimed by executive order by that action he proclaimed by executive order orders [53:49.520 --> 54:01.120] that abolished certain laws created other laws and used the dps as his militia to enforce those [54:01.120 --> 54:14.560] laws the way i read public law 577.001 that is sedition the governor has no power to create [54:14.560 --> 54:21.760] law only the legislature can do that he usurped the legislature created law of his own then [54:21.760 --> 54:30.720] created a armed military force to enforce that law and thereby subjugate the constitution the [54:30.720 --> 54:44.960] state of texas that is sedition by definition he also issued orders that ordered judges and [54:44.960 --> 54:54.560] sheriffs not to release people who were arrested on an accusation of a violent offense even though [54:54.560 --> 55:05.200] they had a right to personal recognizance release he forbade judges and sheriffs from releasing [55:05.200 --> 55:15.360] these people in contravention of standing state law and he engaged this militia to enforce the [55:15.360 --> 55:26.240] intent of his purpose that is by its definition sedition so consider europe and he denied he [55:26.240 --> 55:32.160] ordered the judges and sheriffs not to release people on personal recognizance the only reason [55:32.160 --> 55:39.440] they would release someone on personal recognizance is if they couldn't afford bail so this only [55:39.440 --> 55:45.280] affected the poor and let's say you're a poor person and a policeman stops you and beats a crap [55:45.280 --> 55:50.880] out of you and while he's beating you up and slinging you around your hand happens to touch [55:50.880 --> 55:58.400] the officer he's going to charge you with assault by contact he's going to throw you in jail to charge [55:58.400 --> 56:07.920] you with a violent offense and the governor said you cannot be released on personal recognizance [56:07.920 --> 56:17.680] bond he forbade it so what happens if you're held in jail in the worst covoid incubator [56:17.680 --> 56:26.720] in the state and you subsequently contract covoid virus by being held in jail on the [56:26.720 --> 56:34.160] government governor's order when you would otherwise be released that's depraved heart assault [56:34.160 --> 56:43.440] it's it's a form of aggravated assault but it's very clearly defined as depraved heart assault [56:43.440 --> 56:49.760] if you're walking down the street and you see a guy at a wheelchair crossing uh going down the road [56:49.760 --> 56:55.520] and it crosses over a railroad road track and his wheel hangs in the the slot between the tracks [56:55.520 --> 57:02.400] and he tips over and a train is coming if you stand there and watch and don't attempt to save [57:02.400 --> 57:10.160] that person's life that's depraved heart murder sorry in law it's been in law for a long time [57:11.040 --> 57:17.280] the governor has ordered that poor people be held in these overcrowded jails [57:18.720 --> 57:27.680] if one of those poor persons contracts the covoid virus because of the the governor's order that [57:27.680 --> 57:37.120] is depraved heart assault if that person subsequently succumbs to the virus that's depraved heart [57:37.120 --> 57:52.480] murder what was he thinking first off he had no power to issue that order he just made it up [57:52.480 --> 58:02.240] but he made his decision life is filled with physical decisions my twin brother [58:02.880 --> 58:08.080] last man off the lz stepped on a bouncing betty said he knew what it was knew he was dead [58:08.800 --> 58:15.040] and instead of diving away from the projectile he dropped down on it and captured it to keep his [58:15.040 --> 58:24.560] friends from being killed blew them all to pieces he died at being green and he died hard [58:25.520 --> 58:34.320] but not one time that he indicated he regretted his decisions the governor made decisions and [58:34.320 --> 58:38.160] they have consequences and we've come back on the other side we're going to talk about those [58:38.160 --> 58:44.720] consequences that i'm in the process of attempting to visit on the governor hang on we'll be right [58:44.720 --> 58:55.680] back would you like to make more definite progress in your walk with god bibles for signed house bill 1325 [01:01:08.560 --> 01:01:13.200] legalizing heaven attacks his law back in june county prosecutors around the state including [01:01:13.200 --> 01:01:17.760] houston austin san antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing [01:01:17.760 --> 01:01:22.320] to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory [01:01:22.320 --> 01:01:27.840] equipment to test the earth for thc margaret more the travis county district attorney announced earlier [01:01:27.840 --> 01:01:32.480] this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases [01:01:32.480 --> 01:01:37.120] because of the law mr abbott and other state officials including the attorney general stipulated [01:01:37.120 --> 01:01:42.160] in a letter to county district attorneys back on thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:01:42.160 --> 01:01:48.560] in texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how hb 1325 works as well as [01:01:48.560 --> 01:01:55.360] other cities too like the district attorney in alpaso kyman asparza a democrat who also stated [01:01:55.360 --> 01:02:00.320] earlier this month that the law quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana [01:02:00.320 --> 01:02:05.760] cases in alpaso however the issue was succinctly summarized by mr brandon ball and assistant [01:02:05.760 --> 01:02:10.800] public defender in harris county who stated that quote the law is constantly changing on what makes [01:02:10.800 --> 01:02:15.280] something illegal based on its chemical makeup it's important that if someone is charged with [01:02:15.280 --> 01:02:24.800] something the test matches what they're charged with a paper by tulane university identified a [01:02:24.800 --> 01:02:30.160] five and a half inch american pocket shark as the first of its kind in the gulf of metzago the [01:02:30.160 --> 01:02:35.760] specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being [01:02:35.760 --> 01:02:41.680] found way back in 1979 in the east pacific ocean according to the university paper the shark secretes [01:02:41.680 --> 01:02:48.080] a luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purpose it is hypothesized to learn [01:02:48.080 --> 01:03:12.000] prey who may be drawn into the glow this is book roadie with a lowdown for july 22nd 2019 [01:03:12.000 --> 01:03:16.800] i read his book and said he cares not for the unsightly [01:03:20.080 --> 01:03:29.040] okay we are back randy kelton rule of law radio on this friday the ninth day of october 2020 [01:03:29.760 --> 01:03:35.360] and we're talking about the governor now here i'm talking about the governor of the state of texas [01:03:35.360 --> 01:03:44.160] but in other states we have had similar proclamations in edicts issued by governors [01:03:47.040 --> 01:03:59.920] the reason i'm going here is this may be the best opportunity we have to circumvent all of these [01:03:59.920 --> 01:04:12.400] conspiracy concerns that i've been hearing for the last 15 20 years it is my opinion that if there was [01:04:12.400 --> 01:04:24.080] a overriding conspiracy to use a pandemic as a way of conditioning the public to orders direct [01:04:24.080 --> 01:04:29.680] orders by public officials that that took away their rights that they screwed it up [01:04:32.640 --> 01:04:45.200] trump wound up getting elected and in order to get this plan to work if it was a plan they needed [01:04:45.200 --> 01:04:53.360] a president in their pocket and they don't have it but it may be that it the plans they were creating [01:04:53.360 --> 01:05:00.800] took on a life of their own and got this thing leaked out before it was intended to be they [01:05:00.800 --> 01:05:11.520] didn't have all their pieces in place and what that did is give us you and i the opportunity to [01:05:12.480 --> 01:05:22.800] create an interdiction that will essentially eliminate their whole plan if that when i'm not [01:05:22.800 --> 01:05:29.680] saying there is a plan but if there was one this will this will interrupt it because you know people [01:05:29.680 --> 01:05:34.880] who listen to show a lot and have been listening for a long time when we first started doing the show [01:05:35.440 --> 01:05:42.080] we had people calling in talking about sheeple and frankly that always kind of [01:05:42.880 --> 01:05:49.920] set wrong with me that those there were sheeple who were would do anything that the government [01:05:49.920 --> 01:05:59.040] told them to do that they were asleep to the abuses of government well maybe there were [01:06:00.560 --> 01:06:09.520] but right now everybody's awake was what happened here in this pandemic situation [01:06:10.720 --> 01:06:17.920] we have got everybody's attention and that sleeping giant is awake now we need to give them a direction [01:06:17.920 --> 01:06:25.120] we need to give them some focus and some reasonableness to understand what's going on [01:06:27.200 --> 01:06:33.360] i am in austin texas at the moment i live up near dallas foreworth and i'm here [01:06:34.560 --> 01:06:38.960] in order to file criminal charges against the governor of state of texas [01:06:38.960 --> 01:06:48.160] i filed with the district attorney in the state of texas under the stipulations [01:06:48.160 --> 01:06:53.680] district attorney will take my complaints and give them to the grand jury i essentially [01:06:53.680 --> 01:07:00.560] did not file with the district attorney i filed with the grand jury but the only address i have [01:07:00.560 --> 01:07:06.560] for the grand jury is the district attorney's office and last thursday i went down there was [01:07:06.560 --> 01:07:19.920] a 150 page document and provided it to them worked out pretty well as the district attorney the last [01:07:19.920 --> 01:07:26.960] time i was working these guys over the district attorney's office was in the district courts building [01:07:28.400 --> 01:07:35.520] but this time it wasn't in the district courts building it was in a building across the street [01:07:35.520 --> 01:07:43.200] called the ron earle building and that was interesting because the last time i pursued [01:07:43.200 --> 01:07:49.600] high-level public officials it was the court of criminal appeals texas has two high courts [01:07:50.640 --> 01:07:57.280] they have one high court for civil which is supreme they have another high court for criminal [01:07:57.280 --> 01:08:02.560] which is the court of criminal appeals well i filed criminal charges against all of the [01:08:02.560 --> 01:08:12.080] judges of the court of criminal appeals and it was really a nitpicking charge and i the everybody [01:08:12.080 --> 01:08:21.040] that i encountered tried to interrupt to interfere with my filing and i finally bushwhacked the highest [01:08:21.040 --> 01:08:27.200] criminal district judge in the district and dumped complaints on him and he got them to [01:08:27.200 --> 01:08:33.680] the district attorney and the district attorney actually gave my complaints to the grand jury [01:08:36.320 --> 01:08:45.520] now i thought that was because of all of my eloquent oratory and all the pressure i put on [01:08:45.520 --> 01:08:58.800] these public officials i was naive it was none of that ron earle 25 year district attorney he's [01:08:58.800 --> 01:09:09.680] the guy that took out tom delay speaker of the house he took out tom delay and nobody ever accused [01:09:09.680 --> 01:09:17.040] tom delay of a crime i looked in the record there was no criminal complaint i filed a habeas corpus [01:09:17.040 --> 01:09:23.840] in the tom delay case and dick degaran the attorney for the tom delay called me and said [01:09:23.840 --> 01:09:28.560] are you the one that filed a habeas corpus as a yes matter of fact i am he said well i'm the [01:09:28.560 --> 01:09:36.400] lead attorney and i didn't authorize it authorize it you should have filed it and then when they [01:09:36.400 --> 01:09:45.280] got to the trial i went into the when they were the court was first everybody was was filing in [01:09:45.840 --> 01:09:52.400] i went in with a number of these uh habeas's that i had put together i put one in the hand [01:09:52.400 --> 01:10:00.240] of tom delay himself i put one in the hand of dick degaran which he looked at it reached out and [01:10:00.240 --> 01:10:08.720] realized who i was and pulled his hand back and i just dropped it at his feet the the judge deets [01:10:09.680 --> 01:10:15.120] picked the jury they went out for lunch and came back and judge deets was talking to the jury and [01:10:15.120 --> 01:10:20.720] i stood up in the courtroom and said your honor my name is rendall kelton and i have business with [01:10:20.720 --> 01:10:27.680] this court that supersedes any business now before this court you're the one with the habeas just as [01:10:27.680 --> 01:10:34.560] a matter of fact i am and he proceeded to have the bailiffs throw my behind right out of the courtroom [01:10:36.400 --> 01:10:50.400] but point of this is the these public officials had tom delay set up ron url a local district [01:10:50.400 --> 01:10:58.960] attorney in travis county texas took out the second highest political official in the united [01:10:58.960 --> 01:11:08.880] states and nobody ever accused him of a crime tom delay was incredibly powerful [01:11:11.520 --> 01:11:15.920] i went to him with these criminal complaints and he finally gave them to the grand jury [01:11:15.920 --> 01:11:22.320] and i thought it was because of all of my eloquent oratory and all the pressure i put on these public [01:11:22.320 --> 01:11:31.120] officials by going down to the grand jury bailiff with a tv camera crew and various bushwhacking [01:11:31.120 --> 01:11:36.640] the head criminal district judge in his own courtroom it was none of that [01:11:36.640 --> 01:11:45.680] ron url 25 year district attorney he is not running for office again he's retiring [01:11:47.600 --> 01:11:53.840] he's a democrat all nine of these judges of the court criminal appeals are republicans [01:11:55.520 --> 01:12:02.480] that lowdown rotten scoundrel took my complaints and used them as cannon fodder [01:12:02.480 --> 01:12:06.960] in order to try to take out these nine judges with him [01:12:09.760 --> 01:12:20.160] that was a very important lesson for me and you know on the radio show i do i tell people [01:12:20.880 --> 01:12:26.160] you will never win your case simply because you have the law and the facts on your side [01:12:26.160 --> 01:12:33.200] you can expect to win your case if you have the politics on your side [01:12:34.560 --> 01:12:45.600] and all politics is local tom delay only used my complaints as political cannon fodder [01:12:45.600 --> 01:12:53.040] to try to take out his political enemies it's important that we all understand that [01:12:53.040 --> 01:13:00.720] i'm going after the governor and i have zero animosity against the governor [01:13:02.320 --> 01:13:10.960] i have no doubt that the governor acted in the best of faith toward what he believed to be [01:13:10.960 --> 01:13:21.600] the right of things just like my brother when he dropped down on that bouncing beddie landmine [01:13:21.600 --> 01:13:27.280] to protect his buddies the governor made a decision [01:13:29.360 --> 01:13:34.000] he made a decision to do whatever it took to protect his constituents [01:13:35.600 --> 01:13:39.600] the problem was the decision he made was illegal [01:13:42.080 --> 01:13:45.440] and when you make a decision as a public official that's illegal [01:13:45.440 --> 01:13:58.880] that decision has consequences and it needs to be said i have zero animosity against the governor [01:14:00.960 --> 01:14:06.800] i truly believe he acted in the best of faith toward the right of things [01:14:06.800 --> 01:14:18.080] he made a decision to violate the constitution of the united states to violate laws of the state of texas [01:14:19.920 --> 01:14:27.280] in order to protect the public from this contagion well i appreciate that [01:14:28.960 --> 01:14:35.120] like my brother who made the decision to put his life at risk to protect [01:14:35.120 --> 01:14:42.160] his friends around him like our first responders the police and firemen and others [01:14:43.600 --> 01:14:52.240] who regularly put their life on the line to protect others they know full well [01:14:53.200 --> 01:15:00.720] that the decisions they make have consequences and they make those decisions because they have [01:15:00.720 --> 01:15:09.600] courage and they have honor and it is my contention that the governor made these decisions he made [01:15:09.600 --> 01:15:16.240] because he had courage and because he had honor he made those decisions to protect us [01:15:17.360 --> 01:15:25.040] from what he erroneously believed that we were unable to protect ourselves from [01:15:25.040 --> 01:15:36.000] him and because he made these decisions if those decisions are to have any honor or power in them [01:15:37.280 --> 01:15:43.280] we owe it to the governor to visit the consequences of those decisions on him [01:15:44.880 --> 01:15:50.080] what power does a decision have if it has no consequences [01:15:50.080 --> 01:16:02.400] if my brother had have not dropped on that projectile a number of his friends might have been killed [01:16:02.400 --> 01:16:13.920] that day but if the projectile was confetti what power would that decision have the governor [01:16:13.920 --> 01:16:22.160] governor owes it to all of us to suffer the consequences of his decision so that his decision [01:16:22.160 --> 01:16:32.320] has that much more power in it that's my story and i'm sticking to it i'll go to the [01:16:32.320 --> 01:16:38.240] friday the ninth day of october 2020 and i'm talking about [01:19:40.080 --> 01:19:47.360] taking the governor to task for a brave and courageous deed that he has done [01:19:47.360 --> 01:19:59.440] the governor in my opinion acted in what he believed to be the best of things for the [01:19:59.440 --> 01:20:11.280] benefit of the public problem he discounted us i think the governor forgot that i'm a grown up [01:20:11.280 --> 01:20:20.400] i'm a reasonable and rational human being and i am capable of what the bible calls [01:20:21.200 --> 01:20:34.480] divination i can divine if god created man he gave us one special capacity that makes us different [01:20:34.480 --> 01:20:45.760] than all of the animals we can divine we can look at the world and make decisions beyond the [01:20:45.760 --> 01:20:55.440] immediate moment we can make decisions based on what we believe is the right of things and [01:20:55.440 --> 01:21:09.280] and in the in overall will help everyone beyond us we can do that and you and i if you're in texas [01:21:09.280 --> 01:21:14.320] you live in a republic actually if you're in any state in united states you're in a republic [01:21:14.320 --> 01:21:24.000] you're not in a democracy and a democracy all power flows from the people if the people want [01:21:24.000 --> 01:21:28.320] your life they can take your life if they want your property they can take your your property [01:21:28.320 --> 01:21:40.080] in a republic all power flows from the individual and also all responsibility lies in the individual [01:21:41.760 --> 01:21:48.400] and i'm a grown up uh i'm not going to do things that would kill my neighbor [01:21:48.400 --> 01:21:58.240] i live in a civil society the problem the governor governor has is he didn't trust us [01:21:59.760 --> 01:22:08.240] he decided that a servant of the people wasn't necessary to rule over their master [01:22:10.960 --> 01:22:16.240] he's not the master of us we're the master of him and he should have trusted us [01:22:16.240 --> 01:22:27.200] i don't doubt that he acted in good faith he just lost sight of or he lost perspective [01:22:28.480 --> 01:22:39.920] he forgot who we were and it is my intention of reminding him of who we are i just filed [01:22:39.920 --> 01:22:47.360] a very large number of criminal accusations against the governor which include a large number of [01:22:49.120 --> 01:22:57.520] of first degree felony aggravated assault charges for official misconduct official misconduct [01:22:58.320 --> 01:23:05.200] committed by a public official wherein the public official misuses or misapplies [01:23:05.200 --> 01:23:13.440] of property belonging to the public in excess of three hundred thousand dollars [01:23:14.720 --> 01:23:17.040] that's a first degree felony in the state of texas [01:23:20.800 --> 01:23:30.080] excuse me and a number of accusations of official oppression if a public official acting [01:23:30.080 --> 01:23:35.440] under the color or pretense of his official capacity denies the citizen in full and free [01:23:35.440 --> 01:23:41.280] access to her enjoyment right that's official oppression it's class a misdemeanor in the state [01:23:41.280 --> 01:23:56.560] of texas if a public official by use of force attempts to undermine the government of any of [01:23:56.560 --> 01:24:09.280] the state by force that's addition and our government our governor let me fix this our governor [01:24:11.360 --> 01:24:21.120] in whatever nature of faith he was acting engage the department public safety who are armed [01:24:21.120 --> 01:24:29.760] peace officers to enforce edict that he made that were not passed by the legislature [01:24:31.840 --> 01:24:39.600] that is addition by definition and he owes it to us to answer for those criminal acts [01:24:39.600 --> 01:24:51.760] now if you're not in texas let's say you're in ohio or indiana or anywhere else so far [01:24:51.760 --> 01:25:00.720] from what i can tell every state in the union in every state in the union the governors of those [01:25:00.720 --> 01:25:10.400] states states have issued orders and edicts similar to what governor abbott has issued [01:25:10.400 --> 01:25:21.280] in the state of texas orders and edicts that breach the rights and liberties of the public [01:25:21.280 --> 01:25:36.080] they have no power to do that it does not make any difference the level of the good faith under [01:25:36.080 --> 01:25:51.120] which they act good faith may be a defense to prosecution but isn't it is not a bar to prosecution [01:25:51.120 --> 01:25:59.760] it cannot be brought up in an examining trial where preliminary hearing where you're accused of [01:25:59.760 --> 01:26:08.480] violating law in this in the state you cannot go to the judge and say well i acted in the good [01:26:08.480 --> 01:26:16.160] best of faith the magia i'm sorry i said judge should have said magistrate it could be a judge [01:26:16.160 --> 01:26:21.040] but in this case where he's hearing a criminal accusation he's acting in the capacity of a [01:26:21.040 --> 01:26:28.640] magistrate and the judge would have to say objects that is irrelevant good faith bad faith [01:26:28.640 --> 01:26:43.120] doesn't make any difference did you take an action wherein it was your intent to secure the outcome [01:26:43.120 --> 01:26:52.480] of your behavior the guy drives his buddy to a convenience store the buddy goes in and robs [01:26:52.480 --> 01:26:56.480] a convenience store and he comes out and jumps in the car and says we gotta get out of here [01:26:56.480 --> 01:27:03.840] i just robbed the convenience store if and the convenience store owner comes out with a pistol [01:27:04.480 --> 01:27:12.880] and points it at you if you leave it was your intention to leave the scene of a crime [01:27:15.040 --> 01:27:24.560] doesn't matter as so far as the initiation of a prosecution it doesn't matter that it was not [01:27:24.560 --> 01:27:30.800] your intent to commit a crime but if it was your intent to leave the scene of a crime [01:27:32.880 --> 01:27:41.280] then whether you knew that i'm sorry if your friend told you that he just robbed the place [01:27:41.280 --> 01:27:48.000] and if you left in order to keep the owner from shooting you doesn't matter [01:27:48.000 --> 01:27:56.160] if it was your intent to leave the scene of a crime then you can be charged with the crime [01:27:57.680 --> 01:28:04.720] now you may be able to bring an affirmative defense and say i didn't know this guy was [01:28:04.720 --> 01:28:11.280] going to do that and when he came out i had this guy pointing a gun at me and i left to [01:28:11.280 --> 01:28:18.640] keep from getting killed that's an affirmative defense but it is not a bar to prosecution [01:28:19.600 --> 01:28:26.560] the governor may be able to come to the the courts and say well i acted in the best of faith [01:28:27.760 --> 01:28:34.720] i acted for the purpose of protecting my citizens from this horrible pandemic [01:28:34.720 --> 01:28:41.920] that may be an affirmative defense but it is not a bar to prosecution [01:28:43.120 --> 01:28:53.280] and the governor may actually be able to carve out a exemption to the prohibitions in the constitution [01:28:53.280 --> 01:29:05.840] yeah good luck with that governor so at the end of the day the governor did i'm assuming [01:29:05.840 --> 01:29:11.120] that the governor acted in the best of faith towards the right of things to save as many people as he [01:29:11.120 --> 01:29:18.960] could okay i got that but he committed criminal acts in the process if the criminal if he acts [01:29:18.960 --> 01:29:27.440] he took or to have any honor or power in them he must be served with the consequences of those [01:29:27.440 --> 01:29:34.880] behaviors and when we come back i'm going to go to our callers randy kelton rule of law radio i call [01:29:34.880 --> 01:29:38.400] in the i'm not i'm not going to give up the call in number we've got a full board of callers [01:29:39.920 --> 01:29:47.360] oh when we come back up i'm the first call i'm going to take is swiss swimsuit call 01:30:56.320] researchers at ut san antonio followed hundreds of diet soda drinkers for nearly a decade they found [01:30:56.320 --> 01:31:02.640] that regularly drinking diet soda expanded people's waistlines five times more than no soda at all [01:31:02.640 --> 01:31:07.520] the study's authors say artificial sweeteners triggered the appetite but unlike regular sugars [01:31:07.520 --> 01:31:12.880] don't deliver anything to squelch it waking up hunger without satisfying it leads to cravings [01:31:12.880 --> 01:31:18.080] which can result in a larger overall calorie intake so use natural sweeteners to maintain a [01:31:18.080 --> 01:31:23.200] healthy weight and if you need to shed some pounds avoid the sweet stuff all together and drink water [01:31:23.200 --> 01:31:28.480] october 2020 and i'll go to the colors in just a moment we are at a pivotal point [01:34:09.360 --> 01:34:19.840] we have an opportunity to interrupt any consideration that a group can conspire to [01:34:19.840 --> 01:34:31.920] use our governmental instruments against us we have 50 governors who have issued proclamations [01:34:31.920 --> 01:34:44.240] in edix that exceed their authority if you will go to jurist imprudence website the bottom of the [01:34:44.240 --> 01:34:55.280] page you'll see a link to the governor abit complaints it's 150 pages it has a tremendous [01:34:55.280 --> 01:35:02.720] amount of work building this thing look at that compare it to your state file the same [01:35:02.720 --> 01:35:11.040] complaints against your governor i have filed these with the grand jury and i sent a copy of [01:35:11.040 --> 01:35:19.440] the complaint to the chief justice of the spring quarter stage texas in his capacity as a magistrate [01:35:21.200 --> 01:35:28.080] a magistrate has only three things he can do magistrates he can marry people that's something [01:35:28.080 --> 01:35:33.120] make a few extra bucks other what other than managers than marrying people they can [01:35:34.400 --> 01:35:40.400] hold preliminary hearings is what it's called in most states in texas it's called an examining [01:35:40.400 --> 01:35:48.640] trial wherein they examine into a criminal accusation and make a determination of probable [01:35:48.640 --> 01:35:58.720] cause this provision has been in law since 1215 ad the signing of the first magna carta by king [01:35:58.720 --> 01:36:06.400] james on the remit virer kim's under threat of having his head cut off if he didn't it's been [01:36:06.400 --> 01:36:15.920] in law ever since it is not intended that a police officer be have the authority to arrest an [01:36:15.920 --> 01:36:23.440] imprisoned a police officer can arrest either on an existing warrant or foreign on-site offense [01:36:24.000 --> 01:36:30.960] but in either case they are to take the arrested person directly to the nearest magistrate and [01:36:30.960 --> 01:36:37.760] explain themselves and it is the magistrate who decides if there is sufficient probable cause [01:36:37.760 --> 01:36:43.360] to believe that a crime has been committed and the named person has committed that crime [01:36:44.560 --> 01:36:51.600] i have filed this complaint with the chief justice of the spring court because article 2.09 [01:36:51.600 --> 01:37:03.680] texas code of criminal procedure who are magistrates first one justices of the supreme court and since [01:37:03.680 --> 01:37:11.120] i'm filing criminal charges against the highest power of the executive branch of government [01:37:11.120 --> 01:37:20.960] it is appropriate that i invoke the duty of the highest level member of the judiciary [01:37:22.320 --> 01:37:29.680] to act in his capacity as a magistrate and either hold an examining trial or this is [01:37:29.680 --> 01:37:37.280] something as far as i know we only have in texas initiate a court of inquiry to inquire into [01:37:37.280 --> 01:37:44.400] the complaints against the governor while at the same time i'm filing with the grand jury [01:37:45.200 --> 01:37:50.800] and the grand jury being a force branch of government the courts have no say over what [01:37:50.800 --> 01:38:02.560] the grand jury does so in in texas it's a perfect storm we have a district attorney who just lost [01:38:02.560 --> 01:38:12.080] a primary election so she's lame duck she will not get another term i presented the complaints [01:38:12.080 --> 01:38:21.760] to her as a gift she's a democrat the governor is a republican she gets an opportunity to take [01:38:21.760 --> 01:38:28.400] a shot across the bow of the governor on her way out of office but all of you in all these [01:38:28.400 --> 01:38:37.520] different states it is our time this is our opportunity to throw down the gauntlet anybody [01:38:37.520 --> 01:38:45.600] who would have some notion of undermining undermining our system of government take a look at what [01:38:45.600 --> 01:38:53.040] we're doing to these governors these governors took it upon themselves to decide for you and i [01:38:53.040 --> 01:39:01.760] that we weren't sophisticated enough to take care of ourselves and we needed a beneficial [01:39:02.320 --> 01:39:11.360] or a friendly dictator to dictate to us our behavior if the governor has said you know [01:39:12.000 --> 01:39:20.480] social distancing and wearing these masks will help protect you and your neighbors [01:39:20.480 --> 01:39:27.040] and your your friends and your family from contracting this virus and we would very much [01:39:27.040 --> 01:39:35.600] like for you to take these precautions i would have done so gladly i'm a civil human being [01:39:35.600 --> 01:39:43.360] the last thing i want to do is spread a contagion that contagion that might injure or kill one of [01:39:43.360 --> 01:39:51.360] my neighbors he didn't need to threaten me with a rest in six months in jail [01:39:53.760 --> 01:40:06.720] when he did that that triggered another response kiss my behind you are not my master i will decide [01:40:06.720 --> 01:40:15.280] what's appropriate for me not for you we have assault every state has assault simple assault [01:40:15.280 --> 01:40:25.360] and aggravated assault if you do something that will harm another person and you know [01:40:25.360 --> 01:40:29.200] that it was a little harm another person and that person is harmed that's assault [01:40:29.200 --> 01:40:37.760] there have been a number of people arrested for speeding on someone or coughing on someone [01:40:37.760 --> 01:40:43.360] while telling them they had a contagious disease whether they have or not that's called [01:40:43.360 --> 01:40:53.680] contained can depraved heart assault so we already have laws in place to handle this circumstance [01:40:53.680 --> 01:41:01.600] but our governor somehow felt they didn't trust the laws and they didn't trust us [01:41:02.160 --> 01:41:09.680] and took it upon themselves this is an incredible opportunity to throw down the gauntlet to anyone [01:41:10.560 --> 01:41:17.280] who would interfere with the rise of the public i think i've beat this horse to death i'm going [01:41:17.280 --> 01:41:25.440] to stop right now that's my story and i'm sticking to it i'm going to go to carl in georgia hello carl [01:41:26.560 --> 01:41:32.880] hello how are we doing today i am doing good i was looking some of your videos earlier today [01:41:34.560 --> 01:41:42.560] carl is part of the group that is uh attempting to invoke grand juries and anybody who's listened [01:41:42.560 --> 01:41:50.240] to my show for a while knows that's a subject dear to my heart what do you have for us today carl [01:41:51.520 --> 01:41:57.280] randall first i wanted to let you know that i appreciate what you're doing and i wish that [01:41:57.280 --> 01:42:02.800] more people across the country would look into this a little bit more because it is our last [01:42:02.800 --> 01:42:10.320] absolutely last area that we can explore to get justice let let me make a quick comment on that [01:42:10.320 --> 01:42:21.200] record in my complaints that i filed i have a remark in there that i am amazed that in a state with [01:42:21.200 --> 01:42:31.040] 25 million people has nobody noticed that the governor's committing crimes [01:42:31.040 --> 01:42:41.040] what is going on here guys wake up okay go ahead i'm i'm sorry i didn't mean to interrupt [01:42:41.040 --> 01:42:47.760] that's okay oh yes i didn't mean to interrupt but go ahead i i also just emailed you a uh [01:42:47.760 --> 01:42:55.200] copy of one of my uh complaints and that complaint also was meant to uh get to the grand jury but it [01:42:55.200 --> 01:43:00.080] has not gotten there as of yet and we've tried my friend paul and i have tried many different [01:43:00.080 --> 01:43:09.440] avenues oh this is wonderful one thing uh um the grand jury is authorized and acknowledged in our [01:43:09.440 --> 01:43:16.480] constitution as an independent article one quarter inquiry and it's only one of two government agencies [01:43:16.480 --> 01:43:22.160] closed with the power to be judges of the law the duty and responsibilities of both the citizen [01:43:22.160 --> 01:43:30.000] and the grand jury was set forth in the case of emory lester 77 georgia 143 on page 148 [01:43:30.000 --> 01:43:38.480] wherein justice hall wrote and this is back in 1886 um do we have randy kelson rule of law radio on this friday the ninth day of october 2020 [01:46:40.960 --> 01:46:49.200] and we're talking to carl in georgia and carl and carl what is the judge's name that works with [01:46:49.200 --> 01:46:56.720] you the ex-judge and chief of police paul malley he's the malley judge and police chief from barco [01:46:56.720 --> 01:47:06.640] county and they are they are taking on the system and i'm hoping that we can work together and get [01:47:06.640 --> 01:47:13.920] something more effective you know i've been doing this a long time and i've listened to your video [01:47:13.920 --> 01:47:21.200] and listen to the first video i didn't have links to the others but i saw some things that i was [01:47:22.880 --> 01:47:29.840] pleased with where your partner said that a prosecutor made a statement [01:47:31.280 --> 01:47:41.280] that he considered a threat oh yeah oh yeah you know what when i do these things uh i just [01:47:41.280 --> 01:47:48.800] hope they do something like that you know but what we have rules that that are i have some rules [01:47:48.800 --> 01:47:58.960] that i promote and one of the rules is never ask a public official to do anything that you actually [01:47:58.960 --> 01:48:09.680] want them to do because you never ask a public official to do anything that the law does not [01:48:09.680 --> 01:48:18.080] compel them to do and when you when they don't do what you ask them to do well the best procedure is [01:48:18.080 --> 01:48:26.400] take out your cell phone and dial 911 and i have more than on one on more than one occasion have a [01:48:27.520 --> 01:48:35.280] bailiff tell me you can't use that phone here and i always ask them are you going to interfere [01:48:35.280 --> 01:48:48.000] with a 911 call if you do that it changes everything i have a lot of people i talked to [01:48:48.000 --> 01:48:54.960] that do these uh first amendment audits where they go in and videotape public officials [01:48:56.320 --> 01:49:02.400] and i'm trying to to get them to understand that you go in there and you take the risk [01:49:02.400 --> 01:49:10.640] you buck up in front of this authority and you invoke them and encourage them to act [01:49:10.640 --> 01:49:20.720] inappropriately and then you try to educate them stop stop stop don't do that if you really want [01:49:20.720 --> 01:49:27.520] to educate them then you get to do something not so you can tell them that you're exercising [01:49:27.520 --> 01:49:34.080] your first amendment right but so that you can call 911 and ask for an officer to come out and arrest [01:49:34.080 --> 01:49:48.400] them that is so much fun you will not believe it you will get to see what we call this little [01:49:48.400 --> 01:49:56.160] chicken dance like in this circumstance where they went to see the district attorney and someone with [01:49:56.160 --> 01:50:06.400] the district attorney what was that the person said Carl what are you talking about now where [01:50:06.400 --> 01:50:11.600] they went to see that went into a meeting with a district attorney and the district attorney [01:50:11.600 --> 01:50:17.920] sat down the meeting and they're walking away walking down a hall and one of the people made [01:50:17.920 --> 01:50:26.080] it a comment about how they could be charged criminally yeah i don't i don't remember exactly [01:50:26.080 --> 01:50:31.600] what the words were there but there was it was very intense not intimidating but uh they were [01:50:31.600 --> 01:50:38.560] aggressive let's say they did not want us anywhere near that um that da plus nor did they want us [01:50:38.560 --> 01:50:45.040] anywhere near the uh the grand jury room oh i love it when they do that well yeah but hold [01:50:45.040 --> 01:50:50.960] it now just because they do that we know that they're you're breaking the law by doing that in itself [01:50:51.840 --> 01:50:56.400] well okay i'm going to tell you if you have knowledge that someone is committed a crime [01:50:57.360 --> 01:51:05.120] and you don't give notice of that crime that makes you essentially culpable and that is [01:51:05.120 --> 01:51:11.280] absolutely correct so so if you can be charged criminally for not reporting crime [01:51:11.280 --> 01:51:19.680] um you absolutely cannot be touched when you do report crime when you report crime [01:51:20.400 --> 01:51:27.840] you have the same immunity a judge does and i go in there and i deliberately try to get them to say [01:51:27.840 --> 01:51:35.600] oh mr kelton uh you you have to be careful uh you could get in a lot of trouble nine one one [01:51:35.600 --> 01:51:42.000] i have another i have another rule let me just let me just read this one part because this is [01:51:42.000 --> 01:51:48.480] the part that really uh is of interest to you uh right now it is the right of any citizen [01:51:49.120 --> 01:51:54.720] or any individual of lawful age to come forward and prosecute for offenses against the state [01:51:55.360 --> 01:52:01.440] oh hold on hold on where is that from that is from in relester that's what i was trying to quote [01:52:01.440 --> 01:52:05.760] to you just a little while ago and i've already sent you my complaint form that has the body of [01:52:05.760 --> 01:52:13.760] this so that you can review it yourself i believe it does apply in uh in texas so let me finish this [01:52:13.760 --> 01:52:19.600] off it is the right of any citizen or any individual of lawful age to come forward [01:52:19.600 --> 01:52:27.520] and prosecute for offenses against the state or when he does not wish to become the prosecutor [01:52:27.520 --> 01:52:32.480] he may give information of the fact to the grand jury or any member of the body [01:52:32.480 --> 01:52:37.600] and in either case it will become their duty to investigate the matter thus communicated to them [01:52:37.600 --> 01:52:44.800] or made known to one of them whose obligation it would be to lay his information before that body [01:52:44.800 --> 01:52:53.600] now why is that uh wait wait wait hold on i have a question what year was that case decided [01:52:53.600 --> 01:53:04.080] which 1886 okay that's after 1863 after state prosecutors were instituted [01:53:05.040 --> 01:53:15.040] so please send me a link to that because as i understand in 1860 uh nothing was a three or [01:53:15.040 --> 01:53:25.600] 65 uh state prosecutors were created and after that point prior to that time if you had a criminal [01:53:25.600 --> 01:53:31.920] complaint against someone you could hire a lawyer and prosecute that complaint just like a civil case [01:53:32.880 --> 01:53:38.480] but in 1860 i think it's 1665 they created state prosecutors and when that occurred [01:53:38.480 --> 01:53:47.280] they took away from the citizen the right to prosecute themselves so this case you've just [01:53:47.280 --> 01:53:56.160] read indicates that a citizen does have standing and i was in australia and australian law is the [01:53:56.160 --> 01:54:07.680] same as uh english law a citizen is construed as a common law public official and and he can [01:54:07.680 --> 01:54:13.440] file a complaint in the form of a criminal appearance notice and summon the person before [01:54:13.440 --> 01:54:23.680] the court but in in the united states since 1865 we don't have that power anymore we have a duty to [01:54:23.680 --> 01:54:32.560] report law but once it's reported then it goes to the prosecutor to enforce that law so we don't [01:54:32.560 --> 01:54:39.760] have standing except in pennsylvania so this sounds like it will get us standing okay i'll [01:54:39.760 --> 01:54:45.760] shut up that is correct okay now the reason this is is important is because nobody knows about this [01:54:45.760 --> 01:54:50.800] one they really don't and what you're going to find and what you will find with what you have [01:54:50.800 --> 01:54:56.320] presented now to the to the da no matter what kind of sour grapes there may be with this person [01:54:56.320 --> 01:55:02.640] there's one thing that is foremost in their mind and that is to prevent you or any other [01:55:02.640 --> 01:55:09.840] citizen from having access to that grand jury now oh yeah they may not know they may not know [01:55:09.840 --> 01:55:14.960] what your capabilities are in this regard but they're not taking any chances and to that end [01:55:15.680 --> 01:55:20.000] i don't know if you're aware of this or not but over the past i don't know decades [01:55:20.000 --> 01:55:27.200] one george soros has made it his prime duty is to put people in these positions of district [01:55:27.200 --> 01:55:32.640] attorneys in every county across the nation oh that is good that don't hurt us at all [01:55:33.680 --> 01:55:39.680] okay well i'm i'm just it's a matter of understanding how to deal with him you know i have this rule [01:55:39.680 --> 01:55:43.760] never ask public officials to do anything you actually want them to do [01:55:43.760 --> 01:55:50.480] oh yeah oh yeah because you never ask the public official to do anything that the law does not [01:55:50.480 --> 01:55:57.920] command them to do so when they don't do it boom you get the hammer you forget about the complaint [01:55:57.920 --> 01:56:04.800] you were bringing for the moment and you craft a complaint against the official for official [01:56:04.800 --> 01:56:09.600] misconduct for failing to perform a duty they required to perform like when i go to the police [01:56:09.600 --> 01:56:15.920] department or to say i go to a magistrate and i have this complaint or a prosecutor and they say [01:56:15.920 --> 01:56:24.240] oh well you need to give that complaint to the police department or the sheriff and i say oh wow [01:56:24.240 --> 01:56:30.480] well thank you very much i appreciate that and then i go to the sheriffs or the police department [01:56:31.120 --> 01:56:34.000] and i file criminal charges against the one that told me that [01:56:34.000 --> 01:56:43.520] how does that work for you bubba and then then when the sheriff refuses to take it [01:56:44.480 --> 01:56:50.560] then i go to the next highest level judge and i file against the sheriff and the magistrate who [01:56:50.560 --> 01:56:59.600] wouldn't take it in the first place i give them opportunity to screw up and then i hammer them [01:56:59.600 --> 01:57:06.000] for screwing up and i walk this thing and all the way up but this is not the first time i file [01:57:06.000 --> 01:57:11.600] criminal charges to chief justice supreme court about five years ago i got all the highest judges [01:57:11.600 --> 01:57:20.480] in the court of criminal appeals before a grand jury now grand juries and that's why i'm so pleased [01:57:20.480 --> 01:57:29.040] with you is grand juries is the most powerful tool that we have but if you can't get a complaint [01:57:29.040 --> 01:57:38.080] against someone to a grand jury don't don't let that deter you oh we don't we don't because just [01:57:38.080 --> 01:57:47.360] making the complaint scares the but Jesus out of everybody involved i walked i walked into my [01:57:47.360 --> 01:57:53.680] district attorney's office one day and i consider him a good friend if there is a single prosecutor [01:57:53.680 --> 01:57:59.440] attorney in the state of texas who has his moral center in the right place it's greg lowery in [01:57:59.440 --> 01:58:04.960] wise county texas i walked in his office and he's sitting with his head in his hand i said what's [01:58:04.960 --> 01:58:14.160] the matter greg and he looked up at me and he said those darn grand jurors you never know [01:58:14.160 --> 01:58:20.400] what they're gonna do and i held up both hands over my head looked up at the ceiling and said [01:58:20.400 --> 01:58:31.440] there is a god it's not about getting an indictment it's about playing russian roulette with a [01:58:31.440 --> 01:58:50.960] public
