[00:11.840 --> 00:20.840] an ounce, silver $16.45 an ounce, copper $2.75 an ounce, oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel, [00:20.840 --> 00:29.120] Brent crude $62.47 a barrel, and crypto is in order of market cap, bitcoin core $10,566.52, [00:29.120 --> 00:40.520] ethereum $227.26, xrp ripple $0.33, litecoin $100.31, and bitcoin cash is at $324.10 a [00:40.520 --> 00:42.520] crypto coin. [00:42.520 --> 00:52.280] Today in history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a timed suitcase bomb was detonated [00:52.280 --> 00:57.600] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day parade, killing [00:57.600 --> 01:04.600] 10 and injuring 40. [01:04.600 --> 01:09.240] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325, legalizing hemp and [01:09.240 --> 01:13.920] a Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin [01:13.920 --> 01:17.880] and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file [01:17.880 --> 01:22.560] new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment [01:22.560 --> 01:24.640] to test the herb for THC. [01:24.640 --> 01:28.280] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that [01:28.280 --> 01:33.160] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:33.160 --> 01:34.160] law. [01:34.160 --> 01:37.440] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:37.440 --> 01:41.940] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:41.940 --> 01:48.080] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as [01:48.080 --> 01:51.060] well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney. [01:51.060 --> 01:56.880] In El Paso, Jaime Esparza, a Democrat, who also stated earlier this month that the law [01:56.880 --> 02:01.480] quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.480 --> 02:06.560] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [02:06.560 --> 02:10.600] in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes [02:10.600 --> 02:13.320] something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.320 --> 02:17.200] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're [02:17.200 --> 02:22.440] charged with. [02:22.440 --> 02:27.760] A paper by Tulane University identified a 5.5-inch American pocket shark as the first [02:27.760 --> 02:33.440] of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured [02:33.440 --> 02:39.120] or recorded, with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [02:39.120 --> 02:43.620] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [02:43.620 --> 02:45.460] its front fins. [02:45.460 --> 02:50.800] For the purpose, it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [03:15.460 --> 03:43.800] When you were eight and you had bad traits, you'd go to school and learn the golden rule. [03:43.800 --> 03:48.500] So why are you acting like a bloody fool? [03:48.500 --> 03:54.400] bad boys bad boys whatcha gonna do whatcha gonna do when they [03:54.400 --> 03:59.540] come for you bad boys bad boys whatcha gonna do whatcha gonna do when they [03:59.600 --> 04:02.560] come for you you chuck it on that one you chuck it on this one yuh chuck it on [04:02.560 --> 04:06.780] your mother and you chuck it on your father you chuck it on your brother [04:06.780 --> 04:11.600] and you chuck it on your sister you chuck it on that one then you chuck it on me [04:11.600 --> 04:16.600] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:16.600 --> 04:21.600] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:21.600 --> 04:22.600] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:22.600 --> 04:34.600] Okay, howdy howdy, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio on this Thursday, the 30th day of July 2020. [04:34.600 --> 04:38.600] We're over halfway through the year. [04:38.600 --> 04:40.600] And going by fast. [04:40.600 --> 04:48.600] It is, it gets, and my mom says, she's 97, she tells me it's not gonna get better. [04:48.600 --> 04:50.600] It's all downhill from here. [04:50.600 --> 04:52.600] I guess she would know. [04:52.600 --> 04:56.600] She would know, it just keeps getting faster. [04:56.600 --> 05:08.600] But, interesting thing I come across, I don't know how many of you have seen this, but there are these American doctors, [05:08.600 --> 05:19.600] frontline doctors did a news conference in front of the Supreme Court. [05:19.600 --> 05:23.600] And there was this woman from Africa. [05:23.600 --> 05:31.600] I've always had this, I don't know, just something about Africans. [05:31.600 --> 05:34.600] They have a way about them. [05:34.600 --> 05:40.600] And she had a way about her. She's a doctor out of Houston. [05:40.600 --> 05:50.600] And in this interview, she really landed on these guys, on everybody, big time. [05:50.600 --> 05:58.600] She was telling these doctors that there is a treatment for coronavirus. [05:58.600 --> 06:04.600] She's telling everyone, you don't have to die from coronavirus. [06:04.600 --> 06:13.600] Hydroxychloroquine and zinc and I forget the name of the other drug she uses. [06:13.600 --> 06:24.600] She says she has personally treated over 350 patients and has not lost a single patient. [06:24.600 --> 06:32.600] And they did the first news conference a couple days ago. [06:32.600 --> 06:42.600] And the first day Facebook, Twitter, YouTube all pulled their interview. [06:42.600 --> 06:45.600] Censored her? [06:45.600 --> 06:53.600] Before they could pull it, in one day they already had 19 million views. [06:53.600 --> 07:02.600] Now, without regard to the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine, [07:02.600 --> 07:10.600] that tells me something about the state of mind of the American public. [07:10.600 --> 07:15.600] 19 million in one day. [07:15.600 --> 07:19.600] And so they started putting it up in other places. [07:19.600 --> 07:31.600] But it tells me that the public, I was saying a long time ago that if this was intentional, [07:31.600 --> 07:45.600] if this was actually released by the Rockefeller Group to prove up what they projected in 2015 or something several years ago, [07:45.600 --> 07:55.600] there's been a lot of speculation that this was put out by the Rockefeller Group or that the Chinese did it on purpose. [07:55.600 --> 08:07.600] And there's others that say that there were a bunch of American soldiers sent to China who had been exposed to the virus in Kansas [08:07.600 --> 08:10.600] and that it was the US government who launched it. [08:10.600 --> 08:12.600] And I don't believe any of that's true. [08:12.600 --> 08:16.600] I mean, it may be true that these soldiers actually went there, [08:16.600 --> 08:25.600] but I've always felt from the beginning that this was a mistake because the timing was not right. [08:25.600 --> 08:34.600] If the Rockefellers put this out, their timing was horrible and it couldn't be more perfect for Trump. [08:34.600 --> 08:43.600] I'm not saying these doctors are right, but I have no reason to doubt them. [08:43.600 --> 08:52.600] The ones challenging them are the ones that have been preaching doom and gloom and you're all going to die from the beginning. [08:52.600 --> 09:06.600] And now we have frontline doctors who are actually treating real patients in real time are saying this whole thing about COVID is nonsense. [09:06.600 --> 09:17.600] Well, you look at the politics, the lockdown got everybody's attention. [09:17.600 --> 09:24.600] And I did a show with Pastor Massad, we did it this morning, but it'll air Monday night. [09:24.600 --> 09:30.600] He was upset that so many people are wearing these masks. [09:30.600 --> 09:35.600] And I reminded him, Pastor Massad, you're in New York, New York State. [09:35.600 --> 09:46.600] New York State got hit harder than any other state by far in New York City. [09:46.600 --> 09:54.600] There is evidence that that was to some degree blown out of proportion. [09:54.600 --> 10:10.600] The pastor told about a friend of his in Florida who two of his friends went to get tested for the coronavirus and they were there several hours and finally got discouraged and just left. [10:10.600 --> 10:18.600] A week later, they both got noticed that they tested positive, but they never got tested. [10:18.600 --> 10:23.600] They signed up to be tested and then left and then they got noticed that they were positive. [10:23.600 --> 10:31.600] So there's a lot of, I have no way of corroborating that. [10:31.600 --> 10:35.600] I'll get that word right in a minute. [10:35.600 --> 10:40.600] That's the same kind of stuff we're getting from the other side. [10:40.600 --> 10:41.600] I would like to see... [10:41.600 --> 10:44.600] I should tell you a personal story. [10:44.600 --> 10:51.600] A friend of mine had his father, unfortunately, ended up in the hospital with a stroke. [10:51.600 --> 11:01.600] And they gave him some wrong medicine, wrong treatment, and he ended up dying instead of recovering from the stroke. [11:01.600 --> 11:04.600] And do you know what they put on the death certificate? [11:04.600 --> 11:07.600] COVID-19. [11:07.600 --> 11:10.600] How interesting. [11:10.600 --> 11:18.600] So there's a lot of evidence indicating that the numbers are being rigged. [11:18.600 --> 11:23.600] But whether they are or not, that's not the issue I'm looking toward. [11:23.600 --> 11:30.600] I'm looking at the state of mind of the American public. [11:30.600 --> 11:38.600] We've been doing this show a long time and we've been warning about too much power in the hands of our public officials. [11:38.600 --> 11:47.600] And we have worked to try to limit the power in the hands of the public officials. [11:47.600 --> 11:58.600] Whatever the true facts are, the power that's in the hands of the public officials is slipping away. [11:58.600 --> 12:11.600] If we had told the American public in October that you better be careful, the government can come in and shut down everything. [12:11.600 --> 12:13.600] They can take total control. [12:13.600 --> 12:24.600] And, Brett, how long have you been hearing about the government preparing to file martial law or declare for martial law? [12:24.600 --> 12:27.600] Well, it's just been rumors for a lot of years. [12:27.600 --> 12:29.600] Yeah, I've heard that forever. [12:29.600 --> 12:36.600] And then in March of this year, they did just exactly that. [12:36.600 --> 12:38.600] That's what this lockdown was, was martial law. [12:38.600 --> 12:40.600] That's where the government... [12:40.600 --> 12:42.600] Oh, and they did it for our good, Randy. [12:42.600 --> 12:43.600] That's different, right? [12:43.600 --> 12:44.600] That's wonderful. [12:44.600 --> 12:45.600] We're the government. [12:45.600 --> 12:47.600] We're here to help you. [12:47.600 --> 12:55.600] If we had have told the people in October that could happen, nobody would have believed us. [12:55.600 --> 13:01.600] We've had patriots warning the people of that for 20 years. [13:01.600 --> 13:05.600] And then in March, it actually happened. [13:05.600 --> 13:21.600] Now, if we say the government can come in and just take away all of your rights, shut your life down and lock you in your house, who's going to disagree with that? [13:21.600 --> 13:25.600] The general public is awake. [13:25.600 --> 13:27.600] Nobody's asleep anymore. [13:27.600 --> 13:40.600] And then these doctors come on and say to everybody, what these people in positions of power and influence have been telling you is not true. [13:40.600 --> 13:45.600] You don't have to die of covert. [13:45.600 --> 13:51.600] You don't have to wait for an immunization, which doesn't exist yet. [13:51.600 --> 13:55.600] You don't have to stand back here and die while you're waiting for it. [13:55.600 --> 13:58.600] There are actually treatments. [13:58.600 --> 14:10.600] Well, whether that's true or not, the public is absolutely in a position to where they are looking for something to protect them. [14:10.600 --> 14:16.600] Some glimmer of hope, and that's what these doctors are offering. [14:16.600 --> 14:24.600] And I was thrilled to see that they got 19 million views in one day. [14:24.600 --> 14:26.600] Yeah, that's great. [14:26.600 --> 14:30.600] That is telling big time. [14:30.600 --> 14:37.600] 19 in one day, what would have happened if they hadn't got it down so quick and it had stayed up a week? [14:37.600 --> 14:45.600] It tells me that the public is paying attention and they are responding to this message. [14:45.600 --> 14:50.600] Remember, Trump back in March touted Hadrox Corqui. [14:50.600 --> 15:02.600] And oh, the NIH, the CDC, the World Health Organization, all of them landed on him like a ton of bricks. [15:02.600 --> 15:13.600] But if you remember, back in January, when he shut down all traffic to China, flights in and out, [15:13.600 --> 15:19.600] the Democrats railed in righteous indignation that he was grossly overreacting. [15:19.600 --> 15:22.600] He had no idea what he was doing. [15:22.600 --> 15:30.600] He didn't understand international politics, and it was just a horrible thing for him to do that. [15:30.600 --> 15:34.600] Two months later, they were complaining that he didn't do enough. [15:34.600 --> 15:36.600] And he didn't do it fast enough. [15:36.600 --> 15:38.600] And he didn't do it fast enough. [15:38.600 --> 15:48.600] And he proposes Hadrox Corqui, and now we have doctors coming out supporting it. [15:48.600 --> 15:50.600] Multiple, not just this one. [15:50.600 --> 15:52.600] And it's August. [15:52.600 --> 15:58.600] We're about to go into August, September, October, November. [15:58.600 --> 16:10.600] And what they were saying, if Trump is out of his mind opening up the economy, it's going to cause a dramatic increase in infections. [16:10.600 --> 16:12.600] And it did. [16:12.600 --> 16:17.600] But it didn't cause an increase in deaths from COVID. [16:17.600 --> 16:20.600] But that doesn't make the numbers look like whatever they want. [16:20.600 --> 16:22.600] They don't have to be backed up by reality. [16:22.600 --> 16:31.600] Fifty percent of the deaths were in old folks' homes, and the governors were forcing infected people into old folks' homes. [16:31.600 --> 16:35.600] We'll talk about that when we come back on the other side. [16:35.600 --> 16:39.600] This is Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Releva Radio. [16:39.600 --> 16:48.600] Oh, I was going to give out the call-in number, but it looks like we have a pretty full board. [16:48.600 --> 16:50.600] We've got one more slot on the board. [16:50.600 --> 16:55.600] Well, I'll finish up with this when we come back on the other side, and then we'll go to our callers. [18:47.600 --> 18:52.600] So mark your calendar and join us live on LogosRadioNetwork.com [18:52.600 --> 18:56.600] Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. starting January 8th [18:56.600 --> 19:10.600] for an inspiring and motivating discussion of the Scriptures. [19:26.600 --> 19:42.600] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Reuvelah Radio. [19:42.600 --> 19:47.600] And we're talking, I'm going to go to the callers shortly, we have a full board. [19:47.600 --> 19:54.600] But I'm excited. I see the pendulum swinging back. [19:54.600 --> 20:03.600] It seems as though there are alarmists. There seems to be some underlying agendas. [20:03.600 --> 20:09.600] At first we had public officials that were in a spot [20:09.600 --> 20:16.600] and I'm not terribly critical about governors and other officials, [20:16.600 --> 20:25.600] local county commissioners who are passing these requirements. [20:25.600 --> 20:29.600] You know, if I were a county commissioner or a governor [20:29.600 --> 20:35.600] and I'm looking at the prospect of thousands and thousands of people dying, [20:35.600 --> 20:40.600] what do I do? We really don't know what's going on. [20:40.600 --> 20:48.600] So the best option is to err towards safety. I understand that part. [20:48.600 --> 20:53.600] Like you said, they have to do it within the boundaries that they have, [20:53.600 --> 20:56.600] prescribed by law. They can't just say whatever they want. [20:56.600 --> 21:03.600] They can urge people, but they can't make it be like a law. [21:03.600 --> 21:12.600] I'm just trying to put myself in the shoes of people who are most likely well-meaning. [21:12.600 --> 21:17.600] They don't want their constituents to be dying and they don't want to have that blood on their hands. [21:17.600 --> 21:25.600] So whatever the risk, you tend to take the risk towards safety. [21:25.600 --> 21:32.600] I got that. And that wasn't unreasonable in March because we didn't have the science. [21:32.600 --> 21:45.600] But as the science began coming in, we had certain factions that were absolutely adamant in ignoring the science [21:45.600 --> 21:53.600] and trying to force an agenda. And now we've got these officials in a position where they don't know what to do. [21:53.600 --> 22:03.600] And still the best of the worst options is to err for safety. [22:03.600 --> 22:13.600] And now we've got these doctors coming out and challenging all of these. [22:13.600 --> 22:19.600] You know, this is not just some news commentator or someone with their own agenda like us. [22:19.600 --> 22:27.600] We have our own agenda. And if we start saying all these guys are full of crapola, we need science to back it up. [22:27.600 --> 22:32.600] But we don't have that science. These guys do. These doctors do. [22:32.600 --> 22:39.600] They've been out there treating real patients in real time and they come on and they raise this issue. [22:39.600 --> 22:54.600] And the public response was overwhelming. And it was overwhelming in July with an election coming in November. [22:54.600 --> 23:06.600] And the CDC, the World Health Organization, is warning that cold weather is coming on and the coronavirus is more virulent [23:06.600 --> 23:13.600] and survives more readily in colder weather, so they expect a large uptake. [23:13.600 --> 23:23.600] Well, Trump decided to open up business and everybody heard all the prognostications of doom and gloom that this guy was going to fall in. [23:23.600 --> 23:28.600] There's going to be a big surge of coronavirus. Yeah, there was. [23:28.600 --> 23:35.600] But how much of that was the fact that there were more tests being done? [23:35.600 --> 23:39.600] And more lies for people who didn't even get tested. [23:39.600 --> 23:48.600] Yeah, and even with that, just more people out there. OK, so we got more people out there and it causes more infections. [23:48.600 --> 23:55.600] Well, there was a key number that didn't change. The number of people dying did not change. [23:55.600 --> 24:09.600] Yeah, we had this peak, but the number of people didn't die. All of these guys are railing about more people getting coronavirus, but nobody's saying, wait, wait a minute, wait a minute, hold on here. [24:09.600 --> 24:19.600] If there's this huge surge in people getting coronavirus, why isn't there a corresponding surge in people dying? [24:19.600 --> 24:23.600] One factor is doctors learn how to treat it. [24:23.600 --> 24:37.600] Another factor is early on governors, and I'm not sure who it was, it was forcing people into, infected people into old folks' homes. [24:37.600 --> 24:44.600] And there was one particular director of an old folks' home in New York. [24:44.600 --> 24:57.600] It was a government-run facility and he absolutely refused to allow anyone into that home who had coronavirus. He said, this is insane. [24:57.600 --> 25:07.600] This is our most vulnerable population and you want to force infected people into this population so you're not coming into mine. [25:07.600 --> 25:19.600] He had zero deaths. 50% of all the deaths in coronavirus so far in the United States, elderly. [25:19.600 --> 25:21.600] That's very interesting. [25:21.600 --> 25:28.600] That's insane. The problem they're having now is they've infected the most vulnerable. [25:28.600 --> 25:40.600] They got all their infections in the beginning to make this look like a horrible pandemic, and now you've got all of the people that aren't the most vulnerable. [25:40.600 --> 25:45.600] They're getting it and it's not causing any effect. [25:45.600 --> 25:53.600] The death rate is not increasing, it's not corresponding to the increase in infections. [25:53.600 --> 25:58.600] That's because the younger people are getting it, the healthy people are getting it, and it's not causing any problem. [25:58.600 --> 26:00.600] Alleged infections. [26:00.600 --> 26:02.600] Alleged infections. [26:02.600 --> 26:19.600] Well, even if I take out the part about the false claims, even if I assume that everybody that's alleged to be infected is in fact infected, the death rate's not increasing. [26:19.600 --> 26:23.600] That should be extremely telling. [26:23.600 --> 26:42.600] And as we move along more and more infections, the death rate is going to begin to drop because the only ones that are dying of it are those who are specifically susceptible, that are at risk to begin with. [26:42.600 --> 26:59.600] These doctors quoted the number of children who died from coronavirus is 0.0002, one-fifth of one-tenth of one percent. [26:59.600 --> 27:06.600] I wonder how that compares with the number of children who died falling off of a windmill. [27:06.600 --> 27:12.600] Probably more, even though we don't have any windmills. [27:12.600 --> 27:22.600] So by the time we get to the election, we're moving into the winter months, by then we will have herd immunity. [27:22.600 --> 27:26.600] But next year coronavirus is going to be gone. [27:26.600 --> 27:28.600] It'll be like the Spanish flu. [27:28.600 --> 27:30.600] The Spanish flu is really bad. [27:30.600 --> 27:32.600] It killed 55 million the first year. [27:32.600 --> 27:34.600] Almost none the second year. [27:34.600 --> 27:36.600] It dropped off dramatically. [27:36.600 --> 27:41.600] And by the third year it was gone, we had herd immunity to it. [27:41.600 --> 27:47.600] Coronavirus is doing the same thing, except they actually have cures for it. [27:47.600 --> 27:53.600] And the NIH has known about these cures for 10 or 15 years. [27:53.600 --> 27:57.600] Whatever they were planning, it didn't work. [27:57.600 --> 27:59.600] And I see things coming back together. [27:59.600 --> 28:08.600] And just before the election, I don't know if this is serendipitous or if Trump planned it this way. [28:08.600 --> 28:14.600] But the pieces are falling in place to his advantage. [28:14.600 --> 28:17.600] Okay, that's all I got to say about that. [28:17.600 --> 28:20.600] Do you have any comment on that, Brett? [28:20.600 --> 28:22.600] No. [28:22.600 --> 28:24.600] Let's just go ahead and see what our callers have to say. [28:24.600 --> 28:26.600] Okay, we got a caller. [28:26.600 --> 28:30.600] Jeff from South Carolina. [28:30.600 --> 28:33.600] Jeff called cock-a-doodle-doo. [28:33.600 --> 28:36.600] Talk to us, Jeff. [28:36.600 --> 28:39.600] Good evening, Randy and Brett. [28:39.600 --> 28:41.600] Good evening. [28:41.600 --> 28:43.600] What happened? [28:43.600 --> 28:50.600] Well, I talked with you folks back, a while back, and to refresh the audience. [28:50.600 --> 29:04.600] My grandson was charged with a criminal charge in Pennsylvania for having a tobacco cigarette in the pocket of his jacket in his school locker. [29:04.600 --> 29:17.600] A random search found it, and the principal was nice enough to write up a private criminal complaint, deliver it to the district magistrate, and she started process on it. [29:17.600 --> 29:32.600] Now, with your folks' help and encouragement and instruction in some areas, we made some requests and put in some motions, and she just ignored everything. [29:32.600 --> 29:34.600] Okay, okay. Hold on, hold on. [29:34.600 --> 29:41.600] We're about to go to our sponsors, and we need a good cliffhanger here. [29:41.600 --> 29:48.600] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, our call-in number. I'm not going to give out the call-in number. [29:48.600 --> 29:53.600] The board is full. When somebody drops off, give us a call. [29:53.600 --> 30:01.600] 512-646-1984. We'll be right back. [30:01.600 --> 30:11.600] Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information, and you may trust them to keep it safe, but it turns out that even the most trusted companies may be unwittingly revealing your secrets. [30:11.600 --> 30:15.600] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with details. [30:15.600 --> 30:25.600] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again, and once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too. [30:25.600 --> 30:33.600] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging onto. [30:33.600 --> 30:40.600] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [30:40.600 --> 30:44.600] Start over with StartPage. [30:44.600 --> 30:51.600] Data privacy is a big deal, so nearly every company has a policy explaining how they handle your personal information. [30:51.600 --> 30:55.600] But what happens if it escapes their control? It's not an idle question. [30:55.600 --> 31:03.600] According to a recent survey, a shocking 90% of U.S. companies admit their security was breached by hackers in the last year. [31:03.600 --> 31:07.600] That's one more reason you should trust your searches to StartPage.com. [31:07.600 --> 31:11.600] Unlike other search engines, StartPage doesn't store any data on you. [31:11.600 --> 31:17.600] They've never been hacked, but even if they were, there would be nothing for criminals to see. The cupboard would be bare. [31:17.600 --> 31:21.600] Too bad other companies don't treat your data the same way. [31:21.600 --> 31:50.600] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:52.600 --> 31:55.600] Bring justice to my son, my uncle, my nephew, my son. [31:55.600 --> 31:57.600] Go to buildingwhat.org. [31:57.600 --> 32:00.600] Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do. [32:00.600 --> 32:04.600] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law Traffic Seminar. [32:04.600 --> 32:12.600] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society, and if we the people are ever going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [32:12.600 --> 32:19.600] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [32:19.600 --> 32:25.600] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. [32:25.600 --> 32:35.600] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process is and how to hold the courts to the rule of law. Won't you follow the law of the land? I don't understand. [33:25.600 --> 33:34.600] Your job is to protect and to serve, not to be abused. Officer! [33:34.600 --> 33:53.600] When you're gonna stop abuse, your power. [33:53.600 --> 34:05.600] Okay, we are back. We're Andy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, on this Thursday, the 30th day of July 2020. [34:05.600 --> 34:29.600] Okay, Jeff, where were we? I lost the exact spot you were at. Your son was charged with this heinous crime and you've been coming on and we've been trying to use this as an opportunity to teach your grandson about due process. [34:29.600 --> 34:49.600] Yes, actually, my grandson was the one who got the charge. He's 16 years old in school and the son and grandson decided they wanted to fight this and we thought it would be a great learning opportunity for the grandson and so that's why we embarked on it particularly. [34:49.600 --> 35:12.600] Okay, wait a minute. You're the grandpa. That's correct. Who is this one really the best gift for? I'm a grandpa and it's a great thing to be able to give a gift like this to my children. [35:12.600 --> 35:23.600] You gotta be pounding your chest. Okay, I'm getting ahead of myself. Go ahead. I'm just excited. I'm a grandpa and I can feel how good it must feel. [35:23.600 --> 35:42.600] Yeah, right. Well, when we got the notice, the judge was so glad to let him know that they received his plea of not guilty but instead of a plea of not guilty, he sent in a motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. [35:42.600 --> 36:00.600] So, he asked for a copy on a records request for the copy of that plea and of course, she never answered and there was multiple notices sent out and we sent in at least two, I think possibly three motions to dismiss. [36:00.600 --> 36:19.600] She ignored them all and so we started judicial conduct complaints and she didn't like that so she bailed out. She recused herself. We didn't even ask. She just did it and on the 17th of July, [36:19.600 --> 36:40.600] we sent in the third judicial conduct complaint and three criminal complaints to the DA. The following day, the 18th, we got a notice from an adjacent district justice that he had picked up the case [36:40.600 --> 37:02.600] and he was so nice to also say he had received his plea of not guilty so we started right back in again and I think they got off one judicial conduct complaint and one criminal complaint by the time the hearing came up on July 27th. [37:02.600 --> 37:17.600] Now, as luck would have it, I was up in the general area doing some work and on a long weekend, I got up on July 10th, Friday. I'm trying to remember. That's an important date, I think. [37:17.600 --> 37:39.600] July 10th, Friday and all three of us went down to this office and the grandson kind of messed up some of his timeline record keeping so we weren't sure of something so we said let's go down and get the file that way we'll know. [37:39.600 --> 37:52.600] Well, we got down there and I said I'm going to hang back and just look for like the right to know postings on the room and take a video of the room to see if that's going on and they asked and the clerk absolutely stonewalled them. [37:52.600 --> 38:06.600] Wouldn't let them see it, wouldn't give it to it. It was just no, no, no. It has to be in writing that request. So we went back out and I said well, if she wants it in writing, we'll write it. [38:06.600 --> 38:26.600] So I wrote it out and I walked in. I laid it on the counter. There's a plexiglass between us. I took a picture of it and as she walked up, I pressed the record button. I said I'm recording this and she said I'd rather you don't do that and of course I told her that was fine and she didn't care but I would anyhow. [38:26.600 --> 38:34.600] It lasted a minute and 40 seconds and all that she kept telling me is no, I won't give you anything. No, you can't have that. No, I'm not giving it to you. [38:34.600 --> 38:58.600] So when I got back to South Carolina, there was more judicial complaints and more criminal complaints that I filed because I felt I had been terribly violated by this lady and on Monday, July 27th, grandson and son went to that district justice office [38:58.600 --> 39:13.600] and from the time they got out of their automobile until they got back, it was 15 minutes and about 15 seconds and in that time, that judge saw fit in his wisdom to dismiss the case against him. [39:13.600 --> 39:40.600] Now my grandson did his job. I think there's lots of potential violations coming out of this. The first thing he asked the judge is if he could record the proceedings and the judge said no recording device in my courtroom and then my grandson pointed out that Pennsylvania Rule Court, Rule 112 allows the defendant to make a recording and he denied him [39:40.600 --> 39:57.600] and as he was told prior, if he says no, you just leave it go but thankfully my son took my advice and had a recorder in his pocket running the whole time. [39:57.600 --> 40:26.600] Anyhow, there was motions to dismiss. My grandson asked them about them and he said, oh, he had ruled on them and my grandson asked when and he said July 11th, the day after we were there, July 10th, Friday but the funny thing of it is I don't think he has business hours on Saturday. [40:26.600 --> 40:55.600] So that's going to require some more diligence because I think he may have falsified records and in the recording when I was listening, when my son forwarded a recording to me, he got a little squirrelly around that time and he was obviously bullcrapping his way through it and was really kind of segmented how he talked so I think he was making it up as he went, if you can imagine. [40:55.600 --> 41:07.600] Oh, wait, wait, no, wait a minute. Are you trying to tell the people that a judge would make stuff up as he goes along? [41:07.600 --> 41:11.600] I suspect that happened in this particular case. [41:11.600 --> 41:17.600] It must be a really isolated incident. [41:17.600 --> 41:18.600] Absolutely. [41:18.600 --> 41:33.600] Yes, yes, yes. But the school principal was there, the original complainant or the affiant and he brought his secretary along because the secretary had witnessed a locker search. [41:33.600 --> 41:45.600] Now, I just want to say this is because of good information and I do court setting now and then I'll go in and listen to court cases now and then and it really helped. [41:45.600 --> 41:55.600] I wrote up what I call a possible trial scenario and as fate would have it, I had it about 95% correct. [41:55.600 --> 42:06.600] Everything the judge said and did and we even kind of guessed the response of the principal and his testimony and we pretty well pegged it. [42:06.600 --> 42:20.600] We really did. So the grandson, we were role playing the grandson and playing judge, principal and he was the defendant and so he was perfectly primed for this stuff. [42:20.600 --> 42:30.600] He heard it over and over before he went there and it almost was a repeat run so that made it very good for him. [42:30.600 --> 42:47.600] He had a little trouble getting started but once he got started, he did alright and he had about 22 questions to ask the school principal in cross-examination. [42:47.600 --> 42:56.600] There was a couple warm-ups, how's the day going for you kind of type questions and then he got into it by about the third or fourth question. [42:56.600 --> 43:09.600] And somewhere around the sixth or seventh question, the whole trial was over, the judge said, are you making a motion to dismiss? [43:09.600 --> 43:18.600] My grandson said yes, he makes a motion to dismiss and it was granted just like that because they had so many errors. [43:18.600 --> 43:23.600] Get that boy out of here before he asks another question that embarrasses everybody. [43:23.600 --> 43:30.600] We're about to go to our sponsors but we have to address it. [43:30.600 --> 43:47.600] I'm thinking in terms of being a grandpa, standing watching my grandson, teenage grandson rip his principal to shreds in a court hearing, that had to be incredible. [43:47.600 --> 43:59.600] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule By Radio, we'll be right back. [44:17.600 --> 44:21.600] How can I help Logos? [44:21.600 --> 44:23.600] Well, I'm glad you asked. [46:57.600 --> 47:02.600] So he got seven questions in and the judge dismissed. [47:02.600 --> 47:12.600] It was about that, maybe six or so. What it was, he had seven points that were probably fatal. At least five or six of them were fatal to the process. [47:12.600 --> 47:17.600] He was on number two and the judge already rolled up the hearing. He was done. [47:17.600 --> 47:22.600] I wasn't there though. I gave the wrong impression there. I was there a couple weeks earlier, but I had to come back home. [47:22.600 --> 47:25.600] It was just my son and grandson that went in. [47:25.600 --> 47:34.600] My son was being the secretary. He had everything ready for him and helped him organize that he didn't have to handle the papers. [47:34.600 --> 47:38.600] He prompted him a few times to do a few things there. [47:38.600 --> 47:57.600] But yes, his two points basically were if he had made an untrue statement in his criminal complaint and the principal, to his credit, admitted it. [47:57.600 --> 48:01.600] For whatever reason, there was just an untrue statement in it. [48:01.600 --> 48:08.600] He even said, this has been a while ago. It's not really clear to me at this point. So he pretty well, I'd say, impeached himself. [48:08.600 --> 48:19.600] But the cure was he cited an invalid title that wasn't even a criminal code as the criminal offense. [48:19.600 --> 48:27.600] My grandson asked if he had read that or knew that statute. [48:27.600 --> 48:37.600] And of course, the principal didn't. He didn't even have his criminal complaint there. My grandson had a copy ready and handed him a copy of his own criminal complaint so he could look at it. [48:37.600 --> 48:45.600] And so anyhow, he asked the judge then if that charge against him in the criminal complaint could be read. [48:45.600 --> 48:51.600] The judge went over and pulled out Title 24, opened it up, looked in the index and said, wow, it doesn't even go to there. [48:51.600 --> 49:00.600] At that point, he said, is there a motion? Did you want to more or less do a motion? [49:00.600 --> 49:13.600] I'm wondering, you know, if I was the principal and I had screwed this up, I would look at that kid and really be pleased. [49:13.600 --> 49:26.600] When I was in college, we had the most difficult professor I ever had. I had a straight A average and I came in one day and I had food poisoning. [49:26.600 --> 49:36.600] And I threw up on his desk and he sent me home. It was on a final exam and he gave me a zero. So I came back and said I wanted to retake the test. [49:36.600 --> 49:44.600] He said, well, I don't give retests. Yeah, but I was sick. Well, that's no excuse. I'm the one who threw up on your desk. [49:44.600 --> 49:51.600] Oh, that was you? Yeah, it was me. So it was legitimate. I don't give retests. [49:51.600 --> 49:59.600] So I went to the dean of students and the dean called in the professor and sat down and I explained to the dean what happened. [49:59.600 --> 50:08.600] And the professor explained his position and the dean said, Mr. Kelton is carrying a straight A average and this is unreasonable. [50:08.600 --> 50:15.600] You will give him a retest. And the instructor said, well, that's against my policy. [50:15.600 --> 50:23.600] And the dean said, I don't care what your policy is. You will give him a retest. If you insist, I will do what you tell me to. [50:23.600 --> 50:38.600] We walked out of the room and this what we thought was the meanest professor we had ever seen turned to me and he said, Mr. Kelton, nice work. [50:38.600 --> 50:50.600] And if the principal has any character, he's going to look at your grandson and think, nice work. You took me to the cleaners. [50:50.600 --> 51:07.600] But on the break I was saying how, you know, I'm a grandfather and if you're like me, and I'm sure you are, we look for opportunities to impart life lessons to our children and our grandchildren. [51:07.600 --> 51:29.600] I'm in a situation now where I'm marketing and building a product that my son and I designed over the last 20 years and I just contacted a company to bid on building some of my parts and I told him that I have an engineer I'd want you to talk to and his name is Randall Kelton. [51:29.600 --> 51:39.600] And the guy said, wait a minute, I thought your name was Randall Kelton. I said, sometimes life gives you little presence. [51:39.600 --> 51:56.600] I'm starting this company and I have an engineer and a young engineer and I have a consulting engineer who's a PhD and me and we all have the same name. [51:56.600 --> 52:05.600] My grandson, my son and me, sometimes life gives you little presence. [52:05.600 --> 52:18.600] My son is coming on board because he wants the opportunity to give his experience to his son. [52:18.600 --> 52:32.600] I can't think of anything more enriching in my older years than be able to give this gift to both my son and my grandson. [52:32.600 --> 52:37.600] So I can appreciate how good you must feel, Jeff. [52:37.600 --> 52:55.600] Jeff, I got to say congratulations and kudos. You were in there doing all this role play and you had to take really some forethought to figure out, OK, now what would he say if he says this? [52:55.600 --> 53:01.600] Then what would happen next? And you set it all up. That takes time and effort. Way to go. [53:01.600 --> 53:10.600] Thank you. Thank you. Well, like I say, you guys assisted. I have to say listening to rule of law and has made that difference. [53:10.600 --> 53:21.600] Definitely made a huge, huge difference. Now we're just deciding if we want to go back and do a little post trial work. [53:21.600 --> 53:26.600] You have to. You have to do the follow through. [53:26.600 --> 53:28.600] You have to what? [53:28.600 --> 53:32.600] You have to do the follow through. [53:32.600 --> 53:37.600] This is the real gift you can give your grandson. [53:37.600 --> 53:40.600] You want to fight with me, Bubba? [53:40.600 --> 53:46.600] I'll give you a romp through the legal system you are not going to believe. [53:46.600 --> 53:55.600] And once you've won the first round, now you're in a situation where you're picking the fight. [53:55.600 --> 54:03.600] I drive down the street now and the lights come on behind me. I don't get those butterflies in the pit of my stomach. [54:03.600 --> 54:12.600] I look up in the rearview mirror and I think, Bubba, I'm fixing to give you a romp through the legal system you are not going to believe. [54:12.600 --> 54:20.600] If you can give that gift to your son, your grandson, that's a gift he'll take with him his whole life. [54:20.600 --> 54:26.600] And I'm not talking about skirting the law or getting around the law. It's not about that. [54:26.600 --> 54:31.600] It's about being the master of the servant. [54:31.600 --> 54:38.600] If we're to take back this country, we will do it as the masters of the servants. [54:38.600 --> 54:51.600] And your grandson will wind up being an influence. People will come to him for the wisdom you've imparted to him. [54:51.600 --> 54:58.600] I can't tell you how thrilled I am. This is the reason we do this show. [54:58.600 --> 55:03.600] So give yourself a pat on the back, but not too hard. [55:03.600 --> 55:09.600] We have things like him denying the recording. That to me sounds like official oppression. [55:09.600 --> 55:15.600] And the subject matter of jurisdiction motion to dismiss, two of them. [55:15.600 --> 55:22.600] He said then during the hearing, I ruled on them July 11th, which was Saturday. [55:22.600 --> 55:29.600] And my grandson asked why wasn't I informed of the results. [55:29.600 --> 55:36.600] And the judge said after he stammered for a bit, he goes, well, you wanted to know how it turned out, you should have inquired. [55:36.600 --> 55:39.600] Oh. [55:39.600 --> 55:48.600] I'm not exactly, I have to look into exactly what Pennsylvania rules are on handling that, but that just didn't sound kosher to me at all. [55:48.600 --> 56:04.600] Well, the fact that your son was, that the case was dismissed against him, that opens the door for him to come back and sue the judge. [56:04.600 --> 56:13.600] If the judge didn't have subject matter jurisdiction from the get go, then he's vulnerable. [56:13.600 --> 56:20.600] And, you know, sue the judge, let the court throw it out, appeal it. [56:20.600 --> 56:27.600] This is like a extracurricular course for your grandson. [56:27.600 --> 56:32.600] This is how you take them on. [56:32.600 --> 56:38.600] They come for you, you go for them. [56:38.600 --> 56:43.600] It's difficult when, you know, your grandson, I'm impressed with him. [56:43.600 --> 56:49.600] He's young and he stood up to them. [56:49.600 --> 56:54.600] I can't help but think that this is life changing for your grandson. [56:54.600 --> 56:58.600] You gave him a gift that will carry him the rest of his life. [56:58.600 --> 57:01.600] Now you're helping with follow through. [57:01.600 --> 57:08.600] I actually told him that, I said, you will view legal matters in a different way. [57:08.600 --> 57:10.600] I mean, you're learning, he's learning, we all are. [57:10.600 --> 57:14.600] But I said, you'll know now that you have options. [57:14.600 --> 57:17.600] You know, you can read law and understand it. [57:17.600 --> 57:22.600] You have some experience in producing documents. [57:22.600 --> 57:28.600] And I actually told him, he was hoping that we could get this dismissed and he would never go into trial. [57:28.600 --> 57:31.600] I said, well, that would be okay. That would be all right. [57:31.600 --> 57:36.600] But I said, I would feel like you missed an important part if you don't go to trial. [57:36.600 --> 57:38.600] But if it happens that way, fine. [57:38.600 --> 57:40.600] But I'm actually hoping you go to trial. [57:40.600 --> 57:42.600] You need that experience. [57:42.600 --> 57:45.600] And he had it. [57:45.600 --> 57:52.600] So now he also gets to go to trial when he's not the one on the hot seat. [57:52.600 --> 58:00.600] You know, I talk about on the show, the best fight to have is the one you picked. [58:00.600 --> 58:04.600] When you're picking the fight, it's a whole different animal. [58:04.600 --> 58:15.600] And once you've picked a few fights and taken them on when you're the aggressor and they're the defendant, it's a whole different perspective. [58:15.600 --> 58:20.600] So now when they come after me, I just look for opportunities to come back at them. [58:20.600 --> 58:30.600] And once he's felt that other side and it's not about getting anyone in trouble, it's not about ending anyone's careers. [58:30.600 --> 58:35.600] It's about making the law work the way it's supposed to. [58:35.600 --> 58:38.600] If someone gets hurt, life is tough. [58:38.600 --> 58:41.600] That's how it is. That's not your purpose. [58:41.600 --> 58:44.600] Your only purpose is to follow law. [58:44.600 --> 58:46.600] Hang on. Be right back. [58:46.600 --> 58:50.600] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world. [58:50.600 --> 58:54.600] Yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [58:54.600 --> 59:03.600] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the scripture. [01:00:48.600 --> 01:00:57.600] The Preparedness Day bombing, a timed suitcase bomb was detonated on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day parade. [01:00:57.600 --> 01:01:00.600] And today in history, the year 1916. [01:01:03.600 --> 01:01:05.600] And recent news. [01:01:05.600 --> 01:01:23.600] Since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp in a Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state including Houston, Austin and San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC. [01:01:23.600 --> 01:01:32.600] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law. [01:01:32.600 --> 01:01:47.600] Mr. Abbott and other state officials including the Attorney General stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works. [01:01:47.600 --> 01:02:01.600] As well as other cities too like the District Attorney in El Paso, Jaime Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [01:02:01.600 --> 01:02:08.600] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County who stated that quote, [01:02:08.600 --> 01:02:22.600] The law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with. [01:02:22.600 --> 01:02:38.600] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [01:02:38.600 --> 01:02:53.600] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins. For the purpose, it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [01:02:53.600 --> 01:03:22.600] This is Brooke Rode with your Lowdown for July 22nd, 2019. [01:03:22.600 --> 01:03:25.600] We'll be right back. [01:03:52.600 --> 01:03:55.600] We [01:04:22.600 --> 01:04:27.600] said Jesus Christ. [01:04:27.600 --> 01:04:29.600] OK, we are back. [01:04:29.600 --> 01:04:31.600] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain. [01:04:31.600 --> 01:04:39.600] We have our radio on this the 30th day of July 2020. [01:04:39.600 --> 01:04:45.600] And there was a time when I didn't think I would be alive at this time in the world. [01:04:45.600 --> 01:04:50.600] So whatever else happens for me, this is a good day. [01:04:50.600 --> 01:04:59.600] And we're talking to Jeff in South Carolina, who just came and saw and kicked their beehives. [01:04:59.600 --> 01:05:03.600] So what is your plan for the future? [01:05:03.600 --> 01:05:11.600] Do you does your grandson seem motivated to move ahead with this? [01:05:11.600 --> 01:05:20.600] Well, that question was the main one on my mind when they got back and I got the report from the results. I asked that now. [01:05:20.600 --> 01:05:24.600] We were at two different judges, but the first judge. [01:05:24.600 --> 01:05:27.600] Just absolutely ignored everything. [01:05:27.600 --> 01:05:31.600] We did get a partial response on the second judge. [01:05:31.600 --> 01:05:41.600] We did get a copy of the file, but did not answer a couple other things such as who's your right to know officer and anything like that. [01:05:41.600 --> 01:05:47.600] He didn't. But anyhow, the son, grandson and son seemed to be more favoring. [01:05:47.600 --> 01:05:52.600] They'd like to go after that first judge and kind of let the second judge go. [01:05:52.600 --> 01:05:56.600] And I said, hey, that's a decision we can make. It's up to you guys. [01:05:56.600 --> 01:06:13.600] And when you say go after the judge, the first judge didn't didn't respond to any four different open records requests and had three motions to dismiss and responded absolutely to zero. [01:06:13.600 --> 01:06:14.600] Nothing. [01:06:14.600 --> 01:06:25.600] You might ask your grandson, you know, your grandson has you and his father backing him and supported him. [01:06:25.600 --> 01:06:42.600] How many of his friends that he knows of could anticipate that their fathers and their grandfathers would give them the support that your grandson has received? [01:06:42.600 --> 01:06:51.600] And if not, he owes it to his friends to open the door for them. [01:06:51.600 --> 01:07:03.600] It has been my experience in doing this show for a number of years that I may get one in, I want to say one in a thousand, maybe it's better than that. [01:07:03.600 --> 01:07:07.600] And it's not that people don't care. [01:07:07.600 --> 01:07:13.600] It's that most people have a different circumstance. [01:07:13.600 --> 01:07:26.600] They don't have the support. You know, you got parents here who have a mortgage and two car payments and three kids and they got all they can handle. [01:07:26.600 --> 01:07:34.600] And we come along and say, hey, you're a sheep hole. You're asleep. You won't stand up for your rights. [01:07:34.600 --> 01:07:40.600] And I want to say, wait a minute, this guy's got all he can shuffle. [01:07:40.600 --> 01:07:55.600] And my only, you know, and in the show, my only purpose is to find that one in a thousand who has the time and the resources that they can actually stand up and fight these guys back. [01:07:55.600 --> 01:07:58.600] Heck, that's all we need. [01:07:58.600 --> 01:08:19.600] We get one in a thousand? We will rip these guys to shreds so your grandson is in a position to pave the way for his friends and other people that don't have the resources that he has. [01:08:19.600 --> 01:08:32.600] That they have other issues they have to deal with and give him plausible deniability. [01:08:32.600 --> 01:08:36.600] So he can say, I'm not doing this because I'm angry. [01:08:36.600 --> 01:08:43.600] I'm not doing this for as a vendetta to pay anybody back. [01:08:43.600 --> 01:08:51.600] Vandettas are worthless. I'm doing this to stabilize the system. [01:08:51.600 --> 01:08:57.600] He's the one in a thousand that we need to keep the system system honest. [01:08:57.600 --> 01:09:04.600] And I can't think of any greater present I could give to my children. [01:09:04.600 --> 01:09:09.600] I haven't had the opportunity to give this to my children. [01:09:09.600 --> 01:09:15.600] They haven't needed it. [01:09:15.600 --> 01:09:27.600] If you could give this to your grandson, I'm thinking, what's going to happen when he goes back to school and has to deal with his principal? [01:09:27.600 --> 01:09:35.600] Largely, that depends on the principal's attitude, whether he respects this or has an ego problem with it. [01:09:35.600 --> 01:09:50.600] And I'm certainly hoping, you know, I'm an adult and if I screw up and the children straighten me out, I've got to give them credit for that. [01:09:50.600 --> 01:09:53.600] Because, you know, we're adults, they're children. [01:09:53.600 --> 01:09:55.600] We don't get intimidated by children. [01:09:55.600 --> 01:10:09.600] And if a principal is intimidated because a student tested him in court, the principal should be pleased that one of his students stood up. [01:10:09.600 --> 01:10:16.600] If he's not, and I would suggest that you have your son pay attention to that. [01:10:16.600 --> 01:10:26.600] And that principal needs to be out on the street picking up dead cats and skunks off the highway instead of being in front of our children. [01:10:26.600 --> 01:10:34.600] And that is as much our job as teaching our children, just controlling our officials. [01:10:34.600 --> 01:10:41.600] But for the most part, most of the principals I've seen, you know, they're about the children. [01:10:41.600 --> 01:10:54.600] And that child, you know, the principal is going to be well aware that this only happened because the child had support. [01:10:54.600 --> 01:11:04.600] And even if he is vindictive, I can pretty well assure you that he is not going to want to run up against that support structure. [01:11:04.600 --> 01:11:16.600] So, but the main thing is, is your child, your grandson has an opportunity to find himself to build, you know, how old is your grandson, Jeff? [01:11:16.600 --> 01:11:18.600] Sixteen. [01:11:18.600 --> 01:11:24.600] Sixteen, a sixteen-year-old male is insane. [01:11:24.600 --> 01:11:29.600] Puberty causes brain damage. [01:11:29.600 --> 01:11:34.600] Girls get over it in their early twenties, guys never do. [01:11:34.600 --> 01:11:43.600] Sixteen or seventeen, that's an insane time in every child's life. [01:11:43.600 --> 01:11:47.600] When I was sixteen, seventeen, I was absolutely insane. [01:11:47.600 --> 01:11:51.600] I was coming into my own. [01:11:51.600 --> 01:11:58.600] I felt like I was becoming a man among men, and all these people were treating me like children. [01:11:58.600 --> 01:12:03.600] And I tended to act out against that. [01:12:03.600 --> 01:12:16.600] Your grandson is coming into his own, and instead of treating him like a child, you gave him the tools he needed to stand up and be a man among men. [01:12:16.600 --> 01:12:23.600] He just took on his principle and kicked behind. [01:12:23.600 --> 01:12:33.600] Speaking of tools he needs, if he has any inclination to follow up on something like that, that judge, he asked some great questions. [01:12:33.600 --> 01:12:37.600] Why wasn't I notified? When did this happen? [01:12:37.600 --> 01:12:49.600] If he has any inclination to follow up on that, you might look at 234 Pennsylvania Code Rule 114. [01:12:49.600 --> 01:12:57.600] 234 Pennsylvania Code Rule 114 in subsection B as in bravo, and then subsection 1. [01:12:57.600 --> 01:13:09.600] It says a copy of any order or court notice promptly shall be served on each party's attorney or the party if unrepresented. [01:13:09.600 --> 01:13:13.600] Oh, that is good. [01:13:13.600 --> 01:13:28.600] So it appears that the judge failed to perform a duty he is required to perform, and in the process denied your grandson full and free access to enjoyment of rot. [01:13:28.600 --> 01:13:37.600] I think the point I'm trying to get to here is this is not about anger or animosity. [01:13:37.600 --> 01:13:40.600] This is about following the rules. [01:13:40.600 --> 01:13:48.600] And this is about your grandson is in a position to become the master of the servant. [01:13:48.600 --> 01:14:00.600] And to get a visceral feeling of what that's about, the last thing you want to do is go after these guys because you're angry. [01:14:00.600 --> 01:14:03.600] No, no, no, no, that's not it. [01:14:03.600 --> 01:14:14.600] You go after these guys because he is your servant, he has to follow your law, and he has stepped outside your legal limits. [01:14:14.600 --> 01:14:23.600] Your purpose is not to harm him, not to ruin his career, but to bring him back within the bounds of law. [01:14:23.600 --> 01:14:35.600] You know, I talk about this on the show in itself, sounds high-minded, but it has been the most valuable tool for me. [01:14:35.600 --> 01:14:52.600] If I can step outside my anger and avarice and frustration and ensure that in everything I do, I'm acting in the best interest of all involved. [01:14:52.600 --> 01:14:59.600] It is the most satisfying feeling you can have. [01:14:59.600 --> 01:15:03.600] Do I sound like I'm preaching? [01:15:03.600 --> 01:15:06.600] Preach it. [01:15:06.600 --> 01:15:13.600] It is, it's just if you do something because you're angry, it's always an empty thing inside that. [01:15:13.600 --> 01:15:20.600] But if you do something because it's the right thing for the right reason. [01:15:20.600 --> 01:15:24.600] There's nothing more empowering than that. [01:15:24.600 --> 01:15:32.600] And you know, I've been beat up, banged up, prosecuted, thrown in jail, bones broken. [01:15:32.600 --> 01:15:40.600] But at the end of the day, I remember standing in a jail cell after 29 days in solitary confinement. [01:15:40.600 --> 01:15:58.600] I looked in that stainless steel mirror and said, well, you told the jury that it didn't matter what they did, that at the end of the day, no matter what, you would still be here because you were doing the right thing for the right reason. [01:15:58.600 --> 01:16:03.600] And I said to myself, well, you ran your mouth and the jury threw the book at you. [01:16:03.600 --> 01:16:07.600] So, did you mean what you said? [01:16:07.600 --> 01:16:13.600] And I looked in that mirror and I was facing a year in jail. [01:16:13.600 --> 01:16:19.600] And I said, you're darn right I did. [01:16:19.600 --> 01:16:23.600] Life tests us. [01:16:23.600 --> 01:16:40.600] And, you know, the American Indians believe that everything was a test, that the only purpose in life was to make powerful decisions and the only decisions that had power in them were the difficult ones. [01:16:40.600 --> 01:16:48.600] This gave me the opportunity to make a difficult decision and it was incredibly satisfying. [01:16:48.600 --> 01:16:54.600] And I'm pleased that you gave, you've given your grandson the option of doing the same thing. [01:16:54.600 --> 01:16:59.600] Hail, hold on. About to go to our sponsors. We'll be right back. [01:16:59.600 --> 01:17:20.600] Logos Radio Network welcomes a new show to our lineup for the new year. [01:19:18.600 --> 01:19:22.600] Don't bore me [01:19:30.600 --> 01:19:35.600] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again [01:19:35.600 --> 01:19:40.600] I was blindsided but now I can see your plan [01:19:40.600 --> 01:19:45.600] You put the fear in my pockets, took the money from my hand [01:19:45.600 --> 01:19:50.600] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again [01:19:54.600 --> 01:19:57.600] Ain't gonna fool me [01:19:57.600 --> 01:20:15.600] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Roodlaw Radio, and I guess I should apologize to everybody. You know, Brett and I, Debra, we sit here and we speak into this microphone. [01:20:15.600 --> 01:20:37.600] We can't see our listeners and we do our best to provide information that will give remedy to people and it's not that often that we get this kind of positive feedback and if I seem like I'm wallowing in it, I guess I am. [01:20:37.600 --> 01:20:57.600] Especially since this is Jeff helping his grandson and I guess I've kind of beat this to death but I am more pleased than I can tell you. Jeff, I am more pleased with you than I can say. [01:20:57.600 --> 01:21:15.600] Thank you for helping me make it possible. You and Brett both assisted and your podcast and listening to all of your programs back to probably late 2016 all helped. [01:21:15.600 --> 01:21:39.600] Good. It encourages us. Brett and I and Debra, we don't get paid for what we're doing. We do this because at the end of the day, there's going to be a point where we're going to look back on our life and say, okay, what did you do over this whole life that made a difference? [01:21:39.600 --> 01:21:53.600] Well, in my life, when I look back and ask what made a difference, Rule of Law Radio made a difference and every once in a while, we get paid back and this is payback. [01:21:53.600 --> 01:22:10.600] Thank you, Jeff. Keep us up to date. I assure you, you're getting to the fun part. You got through the hard part. The rest of this becomes fun. [01:22:10.600 --> 01:22:33.600] I have to admit, I probably work and focus more on the hard part. I'm not sure how to have fun. I know I can get plenty of judicial conduct complaints. I know I can get plenty of Title 18, Section 5301, official oppression, criminal complaints, but I really don't know how to go beyond that. [01:22:33.600 --> 01:22:44.600] Oh, we got so much fun. This is the best part. We got more tools. You will not believe how much stuff you can do. [01:22:44.600 --> 01:23:03.600] One of the things we want to do first is give them the impression that every time you or your son or your grandson steps in front of them, you're setting them up. [01:23:03.600 --> 01:23:17.600] Every time you ask them to do something, you're asking them to do something that you really don't want them to do so that when they don't do it, boom, you get to hammer them. [01:23:17.600 --> 01:23:43.600] On that point, if I can say this, I said to my son, I said, I'd really like him to stop back in that office with that lady that told us no, she won't turn them down and denied me, and I filed against the district justice as respondeat superior for not keeping his employees in line and letting them do illegal things. [01:23:43.600 --> 01:23:57.600] But what I asked him to do is if he could go back down to that office and I said, you'll get to see your sweetheart again, look across that glass and say, I'd like to see this docket please and hand her a written note and see what she does. [01:23:57.600 --> 01:24:06.600] But what we're after is those copies of those motions that he supposedly denied and they should be dated. [01:24:06.600 --> 01:24:15.600] So I went down and he read July 11th, and to me, that's a Saturday. I don't see how he did that. He doesn't have Saturday business hours. [01:24:15.600 --> 01:24:22.600] So I was asking him to do that. So, I mean, that could generate some activity, of course. [01:24:22.600 --> 01:24:43.600] You just start with records requests and start from the presumption in your mind that they're doing all kinds of things horribly wrong. And so you look at the situation like he says, I did such and such on July 11, and you immediately say, well, wow, you must have been in violation of the Open Meetings Act. [01:24:43.600 --> 01:24:54.600] You must have been having closed proceedings, secret proceedings, clandestine meetings, and ex parte. Well, this is totally inappropriate. [01:24:54.600 --> 01:25:15.600] So then you have all of that indignant mindset and you formulate your records request to ask questions, to say, I want to see all the records that pertain to secret meetings on days of the week that are not business hours or formulate something like that. [01:25:15.600 --> 01:25:19.600] And then they have to respond. [01:25:19.600 --> 01:25:24.600] Jeff, can you call back tomorrow night? [01:25:24.600 --> 01:25:25.600] Yes. [01:25:25.600 --> 01:25:31.600] Good. We've only got two segments left, and I have Ted Scarlett on the line. [01:25:31.600 --> 01:25:33.600] Okay. [01:25:33.600 --> 01:25:45.600] He really needs to be up here. He is like you, except he's about ten steps past what you're doing. [01:25:45.600 --> 01:25:52.600] And I am pleased to have him here, but I want to make sure I get him on before we run out of time. [01:25:52.600 --> 01:25:55.600] But the problem is I'm not done with you, Jeff. [01:25:55.600 --> 01:25:58.600] You've worked through the hard part. [01:25:58.600 --> 01:26:06.600] Brett back here, he was calling to our show for a long time, and he struggled through the hard part. [01:26:06.600 --> 01:26:13.600] And once he got through the hard part, he became a force to be reckoned with. [01:26:13.600 --> 01:26:21.600] You're at that point, but I want to get Ted on before we run out of time. [01:26:21.600 --> 01:26:28.600] Yes. Okay. I will try my very best to call back tomorrow. Thank you so much. [01:26:28.600 --> 01:26:34.600] Wait, wait, wait. See if you can get – I would very much like to talk to your grandson. [01:26:34.600 --> 01:26:35.600] Okay. [01:26:35.600 --> 01:26:38.600] Any chance you can get him on? [01:26:38.600 --> 01:26:42.600] He's on vacation out of their area. [01:26:42.600 --> 01:26:46.600] I will see what I can do, but I think it will be very difficult. [01:26:46.600 --> 01:26:51.600] If not, maybe next week or sometime I'd like to bring him on the show. [01:26:51.600 --> 01:26:52.600] Okay. All right. [01:26:52.600 --> 01:27:00.600] It will cement how momentous what he's just accomplished is. [01:27:00.600 --> 01:27:05.600] If he can get on a radio show and talk about what he did. [01:27:05.600 --> 01:27:07.600] Mm-hmm. [01:27:07.600 --> 01:27:10.600] All right. I'm drawing that down. I'll see what I can do. [01:27:10.600 --> 01:27:12.600] Okay. Call us tomorrow night. [01:27:12.600 --> 01:27:14.600] Thank you, sir. Good night. [01:27:14.600 --> 01:27:16.600] Okay. Thank you, Jeff. [01:27:16.600 --> 01:27:22.600] Okay. Now we're going to go to Ted in California. Hello, Ted. [01:27:22.600 --> 01:27:25.600] Dr. Kelton, how are you? [01:27:25.600 --> 01:27:28.600] I am good. [01:27:28.600 --> 01:27:34.600] I should be – no, no. Doctor's not right. You should call me Pastor Kelton. [01:27:34.600 --> 01:27:35.600] Okay. [01:27:35.600 --> 01:27:43.600] Because I come on the radio and I preach the gospel according to Randy. [01:27:43.600 --> 01:27:54.600] That doesn't always work on our honeymoon first night I read the Bible to my wife. [01:27:54.600 --> 01:27:58.600] She got mad at me. [01:27:58.600 --> 01:28:08.600] Just because I read that part that said, a woman's desire shall be unto her husband and he shall have dominion over thee. [01:28:08.600 --> 01:28:09.600] Yeah. [01:28:09.600 --> 01:28:11.600] Guess how that worked out. [01:28:11.600 --> 01:28:20.600] And then I read the other part about a woman will keep her head covered and her mouth shut. [01:28:20.600 --> 01:28:23.600] Well, that didn't work out so good. [01:28:23.600 --> 01:28:27.600] Okay. So much for the gospel according to Randy. [01:28:27.600 --> 01:28:30.600] Okay. Go ahead, Ted. [01:28:30.600 --> 01:28:36.600] I listened to you in court today for about 10 seconds and, boof, you're out of there. [01:28:36.600 --> 01:28:43.600] Yeah. And, Brett, I'm really sorry that you missed out. [01:28:43.600 --> 01:28:48.600] And, Randy, I don't know if you read the – I sent you a couple of text messages. [01:28:48.600 --> 01:28:56.600] Now, when I first called you, Randy, I was in the clerk's office and they were refusing to file my papers. [01:28:56.600 --> 01:29:01.600] And I had a hearing at 9 a.m. [01:29:01.600 --> 01:29:13.600] And I want you to know that because I was distracted and so when I meant to hang up with you, but I left you on the line, I walked – [01:29:13.600 --> 01:29:15.600] That was cool. I got to listen. [01:29:15.600 --> 01:29:27.600] Randy, I'm going to tell you right now, that was a higher power working with us today because I walked out of there. [01:29:27.600 --> 01:29:33.600] I got in an elevator, went up four floors, and that should have killed our call. [01:29:33.600 --> 01:29:42.600] Walked out of the elevator, walked into the courtroom, and then you went and started talking. [01:29:42.600 --> 01:29:47.600] And I looked down at my phone and I saw the word Randy, and I went, Randy? [01:29:47.600 --> 01:29:53.600] And what did I say, Randy? I said, I'm going to – what were my words exactly? [01:29:53.600 --> 01:29:56.600] I'm going to probably ask the – [01:29:56.600 --> 01:30:01.600] You're going to ask the bailiff to arrest it. [01:30:01.600 --> 01:30:09.600] Reality TV, sugar, obesity, jet lag, the list of things that makes us dumber just keeps on growing. [01:30:09.600 --> 01:30:12.600] But now researchers say we can add stress to the list. [01:30:12.600 --> 01:30:15.600] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. Back with details in a moment. [01:30:15.600 --> 01:30:17.600] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:17.600 --> 01:30:21.600] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:21.600 --> 01:30:26.600] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:26.600 --> 01:30:31.600] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:31.600 --> 01:30:34.600] Privacy, it's worth hanging onto. [01:30:34.600 --> 01:30:41.600] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:30:41.600 --> 01:30:45.600] Start over with StartPage. [01:30:45.600 --> 01:30:48.600] Are you always on the go and juggling multiple projects? [01:30:48.600 --> 01:30:52.600] If so, you might think that multitasking proves you're smart. [01:30:52.600 --> 01:30:56.600] But think again, all that stress might be eating your brain. [01:30:56.600 --> 01:31:00.600] A new study finds stress reduces the number of connections between neurons, [01:31:00.600 --> 01:31:03.600] which actually makes it harder for people to manage problems. [01:31:03.600 --> 01:31:10.600] Researchers at Yale University found that stressed out people have less gray matter in their prefrontal cortex. [01:31:10.600 --> 01:31:15.600] That's the part of the brain that helps us weigh conflicting ideas and regulate our emotions. [01:31:15.600 --> 01:31:21.600] So take a deep breath and chill out. It'll help keep your mind as sharp as a tack. [01:31:21.600 --> 01:31:26.600] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:43.600 --> 01:31:46.600] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:46.600 --> 01:31:48.600] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. [01:31:48.600 --> 01:31:50.600] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. Number with them, give me them, whip it up your sea. [01:34:00.600 --> 01:34:09.600] I'm chip you in the morning, chip you in the evening, chip you all at dinner time. Experiment and mankind. But man you no say them lie. [01:34:09.600 --> 01:34:23.600] Okay, we are back. Randy, Calton, Brett. The Root of Law Radio and we're talking to Ted in California. Okay, Ted. [01:34:23.600 --> 01:34:32.600] Let's try that again. Okay, now I got you. I had to click your unmute twice. Okay, go ahead. [01:34:32.600 --> 01:34:36.600] Deborah, it's all my fault. I apologize for that cliff. [01:34:36.600 --> 01:34:47.600] Yes, yes, yes. Anything that's gone wrong is Ted's fault. It's not my fault. Even if it is my fault. [01:34:47.600 --> 01:34:51.600] But he was just about to get the bailiff to arrest the judge, right? [01:34:51.600 --> 01:34:52.600] Yes. [01:34:52.600 --> 01:35:03.600] Yeah, that was beautiful because you spoke up and I'm like, oh, I looked down and you're still on the line and I said, I'm about to ask the deputy to arrest the judge today. [01:35:03.600 --> 01:35:15.600] And the judge was in her chambers just off to the side of the courtroom and she heard that and of course the court clerk heard that. [01:35:15.600 --> 01:35:26.600] I handed my papers to the court clerk and as she walked back over to her desk, the judge opened the door and let her in. They were waiting. [01:35:26.600 --> 01:35:34.600] So, I want to back up though and I want to get a little bit more serious because this is violence. [01:35:34.600 --> 01:35:40.600] This is outright violence, what's being perpetrated against me. [01:35:40.600 --> 01:35:53.600] And so let's back up to Tuesday. This case, this particular case is me suing the public defender because I don't want the public defender. [01:35:53.600 --> 01:36:11.600] And I'm suing the public defender in superior court for trespass, malpractice, which I'm going to change the malpractice to breach of contract. [01:36:11.600 --> 01:36:14.600] You can't prove, malpractice is too hard to prove. [01:36:14.600 --> 01:36:29.600] Anyway, so it's my case, I'm the plaintiff and the public defender is the defendant and the judge, the public defender works for the county. [01:36:29.600 --> 01:36:38.600] The county is now representing the public defender in this case and the county is also bribing these judges with judicial benefit. [01:36:38.600 --> 01:36:42.600] So we've got a full circle here and I'm the odd man out. [01:36:42.600 --> 01:36:45.600] Man, that's ugly. [01:36:45.600 --> 01:36:58.600] Yeah, this particular judge is the judge that participated in taking my home and I walked out of her courtroom and two hours later had a massive heart attack and emergency surgery. [01:36:58.600 --> 01:37:07.600] And now, over what she's done since the first of July, now I remember why I had a heart attack. [01:37:07.600 --> 01:37:20.600] This judge has been to a lot of those classes down in Arizona where they teach these judges how to deny us our due process and our civil rights. [01:37:20.600 --> 01:37:28.600] But anyway, to get into the details here, there was a hearing on July 2nd. [01:37:28.600 --> 01:37:43.600] Prior to that, that hearing was a demur, the defendants wanting the lawsuit dismissed, and this was originally supposed to be heard in like April, but the pandemic has put it out. [01:37:43.600 --> 01:37:53.600] And I really was caught off guard that they were going to hear this on July 2nd because the courts had been closed and everything else is closed here in the Bay Area. [01:37:53.600 --> 01:37:56.600] There's no way for me to really prosecute the case. [01:37:56.600 --> 01:38:11.600] So, on July 2nd, I went in there and laid a 170.1 objection and recusal for cause of the judge. [01:38:11.600 --> 01:38:19.600] Now, she evaded services of that for a couple of days and involved other court employees in that. [01:38:19.600 --> 01:38:27.600] But she did continue the case when I laid that honor to the 30th. [01:38:27.600 --> 01:38:39.600] However, this Tuesday, we had a case management conference that had also been prior, priorly set, and again to my shock, she wants to go forward with this. [01:38:39.600 --> 01:38:54.600] And that is, in my view or opinion, is against the standing order of the county doctor and the director of health for the Santa Clara County that people like me are to stay home. [01:38:54.600 --> 01:39:10.600] And so, I went to the hearing this Tuesday and I got a few things out and the judge stopped me. [01:39:10.600 --> 01:39:13.600] Mr. Scarlett, Mrs. Scarlett, I'm continuing this case. [01:39:13.600 --> 01:39:17.600] I'm continuing this case to December. [01:39:17.600 --> 01:39:18.600] So, I stopped. [01:39:18.600 --> 01:39:19.600] I shut up. [01:39:19.600 --> 01:39:22.600] Save your ammo for another day. [01:39:22.600 --> 01:39:30.600] And I left the courtroom and got home and I thought that I'd really stop this. [01:39:30.600 --> 01:39:35.600] And it turned out she was running a game on me. [01:39:35.600 --> 01:39:39.600] And the demurrer was set to be heard today. [01:39:39.600 --> 01:39:49.600] So, Tuesday night before I went to bed, and thank goodness all this stuff is on line now for us, I'm able to look at the case. [01:39:49.600 --> 01:39:59.600] And not only was the case showing a hearing Thursday, she had already issued a tentative ruling. [01:39:59.600 --> 01:40:08.600] So, I called up the court on Wednesday morning and got the clerk, the judge's clerk, and I said, you were there yesterday. [01:40:08.600 --> 01:40:09.600] You heard the judge. [01:40:09.600 --> 01:40:11.600] Now, get this, folks. [01:40:11.600 --> 01:40:12.600] This is very important. [01:40:12.600 --> 01:40:16.600] I was there on Tuesday for a case management conference. [01:40:16.600 --> 01:40:19.600] So, that's the case management conference calendar. [01:40:19.600 --> 01:40:26.600] So, what the slick judge was trying to do, and what she'll say, which is a total lie, [01:40:26.600 --> 01:40:30.600] no, no, no, that pro se just misunderstood. [01:40:30.600 --> 01:40:37.600] You know, these non-lawyer types, I just set the next case management conference for December. [01:40:37.600 --> 01:40:40.600] She's trying to be cute. [01:40:40.600 --> 01:40:43.600] So, I called her on it. [01:40:43.600 --> 01:40:45.600] I went into action. [01:40:45.600 --> 01:40:47.600] I got pissed, Randy. [01:40:47.600 --> 01:40:56.600] And I went down to the county board of supervisors, and I filed a claim for damages on the judge [01:40:56.600 --> 01:41:06.600] for the theft of my home, $1.4 million, and I put her down for $100 million for what she's done to my health. [01:41:06.600 --> 01:41:17.600] I also swore one out against the deputy public defender and the public defender. [01:41:17.600 --> 01:41:22.600] I thought I should do that since I'm suing them, and it's procedurally correct. [01:41:22.600 --> 01:41:25.600] I then filed another form. [01:41:25.600 --> 01:41:31.600] The county has a COVID form, COVID-19 form, and I told them that the judge is violating that. [01:41:31.600 --> 01:41:36.600] I then walked from the board of supervisors' offices over to the district attorney's office, [01:41:36.600 --> 01:41:47.600] and I tore out a criminal referral on the judge for violating my American with Disabilities Act rights [01:41:47.600 --> 01:41:54.600] and violating the standing health order of the county doctor. [01:41:54.600 --> 01:42:02.600] I then took those and at about 2 o'clock in the morning finished the pleading to have those all mandatory [01:42:02.600 --> 01:42:09.600] judicially noticed evidence in the case, and I love e-filing because I filed it at 2 a.m. [01:42:09.600 --> 01:42:12.600] Now, I also worked on a nil to sit. [01:42:12.600 --> 01:42:14.600] I started with a document that was 68 pages long. [01:42:14.600 --> 01:42:18.600] I cut it down to 26 pages. [01:42:18.600 --> 01:42:31.600] So, when I went into court today, the judge, I laid that nil to sit, and the judge, she, [01:42:31.600 --> 01:42:37.600] I got there before the hearings were starting. [01:42:37.600 --> 01:42:42.600] So, the clerk came out with those papers filed and handed back to me and said, [01:42:42.600 --> 01:42:52.600] your cases continue to September, and I walked out of the courtroom, and I said, oh, no, no, no. [01:42:52.600 --> 01:42:55.600] Screw me once, shame on you. [01:42:55.600 --> 01:42:58.600] Screw me twice, nah, not going to happen. [01:42:58.600 --> 01:43:00.600] And so, I walked back in there. [01:43:00.600 --> 01:43:07.600] Well, in the few minutes that it took me to get my brain 100%, she, the judge, had taken the bench, [01:43:07.600 --> 01:43:09.600] and she was hearing cases. [01:43:09.600 --> 01:43:10.600] The deputy came over. [01:43:10.600 --> 01:43:17.600] I told the deputy, I need a minute order that my case has been continued. [01:43:17.600 --> 01:43:22.600] And he went over and talked to the clerk, came back and said, oh, we're not going to do that. [01:43:22.600 --> 01:43:26.600] I said, all right, deputy, you're a witness that my case was continued. [01:43:26.600 --> 01:43:32.600] And I'm telling you this because on Tuesday I was here, and I was told my case was continued to December. [01:43:32.600 --> 01:43:42.600] And I said, so, if anything happens on my case today or anything before the next hearing in September, [01:43:42.600 --> 01:43:47.600] I'm coming back to you, and you're going to arrest that judge. [01:43:47.600 --> 01:43:49.600] Oh, good. Hang on. [01:43:49.600 --> 01:43:55.600] About to go to our sponsors, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio. [01:47:30.600 --> 01:47:36.600] My only interest in breaking up the call here tonight was to ask a question. [01:47:36.600 --> 01:47:42.600] I make a comment statement. I was listening to your Friday night call last week. [01:47:42.600 --> 01:47:48.600] Well, maybe it was the 17th, let's see. [01:47:48.600 --> 01:47:50.600] It might have even been the 17th of July. [01:47:50.600 --> 01:47:57.600] We've been upgrading our systems, so we've been running some archives recently. [01:47:57.600 --> 01:48:01.600] Okay, go ahead. [01:48:01.600 --> 01:48:08.600] But you and Brett, I caught like the last 15 or 20 minutes, I think it was the Friday before last. [01:48:08.600 --> 01:48:14.600] It was 17 July, so today's the 30th. [01:48:14.600 --> 01:48:17.600] It was a Friday, 17 July. I don't have a calendar in front of you. [01:48:17.600 --> 01:48:25.600] Anyway, I caught about the last 15 minutes of the call, and you and Brett were both just down with this gentleman and had called in with a case. [01:48:25.600 --> 01:48:39.600] It had to do with the case, say, after one's even convicted, been denied due process, never established jurisdiction, [01:48:39.600 --> 01:48:50.600] and the Supreme Court ruled and said, yeah, you got a valid claim here in this case. [01:48:50.600 --> 01:48:56.600] Again, I don't exactly know what the details were, but you were both really flabbergasted with it. [01:48:56.600 --> 01:49:05.600] I recall Brett looking it up, and he was just miffed by the knowledge that this case had brought forth by this gentleman that was sharing it. [01:49:05.600 --> 01:49:17.600] But the team that was the best I can recall, Dombrowski versus Brister, I missed the sites that you quoted for the case. [01:49:17.600 --> 01:49:22.600] Okay, Dombrowski versus Brister? [01:49:22.600 --> 01:49:38.600] Yeah, I may not be clear on my pronunciation for this case, but you did give the case title, and you did give the case site that was shared with you by this gentleman that called it in. [01:49:38.600 --> 01:49:49.600] And I do recall that Sharon was asking somebody else that listens to your calls on a regular basis that it was a prerecorded call from Leighton. [01:49:49.600 --> 01:50:02.600] Yeah, I think you might be talking about Dombrowski versus Brister. It's P-F-I-S-T-E-R. It's 380 U.S. 479. [01:50:02.600 --> 01:50:08.600] 80 U.S. 479. [01:50:08.600 --> 01:50:26.600] 380. It's 380 U.S. 479. That was something that we got a call in. Was that, I believe that was Olivier was bringing that up. [01:50:26.600 --> 01:50:27.600] Randy? [01:50:27.600 --> 01:50:35.600] Was this about traffic? About the... [01:50:35.600 --> 01:50:48.600] He was talking about void for vagueness, and he was talking about being able to bring up something that's not constitutional, even if you were not harmed yet by it. [01:50:48.600 --> 01:50:55.600] You could have standing, and that was his perspective on this. [01:50:55.600 --> 01:51:06.600] Yeah, I don't remember the Dombrowski, and I'm kind of struck by the name Dombrowski because that's someone I was in the military with. [01:51:06.600 --> 01:51:12.600] He's the one that evaporated in front of us when an engine shelled on a C-130 Herc. [01:51:12.600 --> 01:51:13.600] Whoa. [01:51:13.600 --> 01:51:34.600] I kind of got distracted there. Void for vagueness. Yeah, I kind of remember that issue because normally you can't challenge the unconstitutionality of a statute unless you've been harmed by it. [01:51:34.600 --> 01:51:47.600] And the reference, the example I used was issued right after 9-11. [01:51:47.600 --> 01:52:15.600] They were the Military Commissions Act. The Military Commissions Act read pretty much like a document issued by the Nazis before World War II, and it authorized the government in a time of emergency to declare martial law and disband the legislature and essentially the military to take control. [01:52:15.600 --> 01:52:21.600] And that's what was passed in the Military Commissions Act after 9-11. [01:52:21.600 --> 01:52:35.600] Well, I looked at that and I said, this is horribly unconstitutional, but I can't challenge the unconstitutionality of it unless I have been injured by it. [01:52:35.600 --> 01:52:47.600] The problem is if they invoked the Military Commissions Act, it eliminated the legislature, it eliminated the courts and put us all under martial law. [01:52:47.600 --> 01:53:02.600] So if they invoked the Military Commissions Act, then I would have no standing to raise an issue because I would have to bring it in a military court. [01:53:02.600 --> 01:53:23.600] So it created a conundrum here. And to find that there is case law that says that I can challenge the unconstitutionality of an act, even though if I haven't been harmed by it, would give us the power to challenge the unconstitutionality of the Military Commissions Act. [01:53:23.600 --> 01:53:25.600] Did that make sense to anybody? [01:53:25.600 --> 01:53:33.600] As well as any misapplied statute? [01:53:33.600 --> 01:53:59.600] Well, okay. The Military Commissions Act wasn't exactly misapplied, it was an act passed by the legislature. But if any application of that wouldn't be misapplied as concerns the Military Commissions Act, it would be misapplied as concerns the Constitution. [01:53:59.600 --> 01:54:01.600] Right. [01:54:01.600 --> 01:54:18.600] So I'm not sure about Dombrowski. I'd have to look at that case. But that sounds important that this Military Commissions Act was really disconcerting. [01:54:18.600 --> 01:54:25.600] What was the second name in the case after Dombrowski versus Fister? [01:54:25.600 --> 01:54:32.600] Fister. Yeah, P as in Papa, F as in Foxtrot, Fister. [01:54:32.600 --> 01:54:34.600] Okay. [01:54:34.600 --> 01:54:42.600] Papa, Foxtrot, Foxtrot, India, Sierra, Tango, Echo, Romeo. [01:54:42.600 --> 01:54:43.600] Yes, sir. [01:54:43.600 --> 01:54:45.600] I'm an old pilot. [01:54:45.600 --> 01:54:50.600] Okay. All right. [01:54:50.600 --> 01:54:55.600] Okay, okay. More specifically, what was your question about that? [01:54:55.600 --> 01:55:13.600] Well, like I said, I only caught the tail end, but you were both getting your tail feathers in an uproar and you seemed to be quite excited about the case. And it felt like you were talking, it was a case that was speaking to due process in this application of code, you know, a constitutional misapplied statute. [01:55:13.600 --> 01:55:31.600] If that case says what you've indicated, yes, it is extremely important because there are certain statutes that can be issued like the Military Commissions Act that are incredibly in violation of the constitution. [01:55:31.600 --> 01:55:48.600] But if I haven't been harmed, then I have no way of raising that issue. And if I'm subsequently harmed by the Military Commissions Act, if it's actually invoked, then I have no power to challenge it because it's been invoked. [01:55:48.600 --> 01:55:58.600] So that there was, if there's case law that says I can challenge that before I'm harmed by it, that's incredible. That's important. [01:55:58.600 --> 01:56:14.600] Somebody showed me a case today, I didn't get the name of it, I got the site and had to do, it was an 1852 ruling where corporations can't bring a claim against anyone, 55 U.S. 80. [01:56:14.600 --> 01:56:19.600] Okay, say that again. What, U.S. 80? [01:56:19.600 --> 01:56:24.600] 55 U.S. 80, an 1852 case. [01:56:24.600 --> 01:56:32.600] U.S. 80, okay, that's got to be a really old case. [01:56:32.600 --> 01:56:34.600] Well, that's like... [01:56:34.600 --> 01:56:36.600] Okay, and what did it say? [01:56:36.600 --> 01:57:05.600] Well, again, I'm giving you secondhand information from someone that shared with me of this case today and it was in the heat of the moment and I missed getting the name, the parties, but I did get the site and it was 55 U.S. 80 and it was from 1852 and it was something to do with corporations can take, can charge no one. [01:57:05.600 --> 01:57:10.600] You know, it's like, how can a corporation be an injured party kind of thing? [01:57:10.600 --> 01:57:28.600] Well, a corporation is a legal fiction and a corporation is construed as a person for the purpose of certain constitutional rights. So yeah, it could be an injured party. [01:57:28.600 --> 01:57:38.600] I'm seeing that for 55 U.S. 80, it looks like Rundle v. Delaware and Raritan Canal Company. [01:57:38.600 --> 01:57:42.600] Does that sound like what you're talking about, what you're looking for there? [01:57:42.600 --> 01:57:45.600] What was the name that you found out there, Brad? [01:57:45.600 --> 01:57:54.600] Rundle, R-U-N-D-L-E versus Delaware and Raritan Canal Company. [01:57:54.600 --> 01:57:59.600] That is 55 U.S. 80 and it was in 1852. [01:57:59.600 --> 01:58:04.600] OK, I am sorry. We are out of time.
