[00:00.000 --> 00:06.900] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown. [00:06.900 --> 00:13.320] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with precious metals, gold at $1,429 an ounce, [00:13.320 --> 00:21.520] silver $16.45 an ounce, copper $2.75 an ounce, oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent crude [00:21.520 --> 00:29.880] $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum [00:29.880 --> 00:41.640] $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [00:41.640 --> 00:52.560] Today in history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a time suitcase bomb, was detonated [00:52.560 --> 00:57.920] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing [00:57.920 --> 01:04.920] the 10 and entering 40 today in history. [01:04.920 --> 01:09.600] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing Hemp into [01:09.600 --> 01:14.400] Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state including Houston, Austin, [01:14.400 --> 01:19.000] San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones [01:19.000 --> 01:23.000] since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to [01:23.000 --> 01:24.880] test the herb for THC. [01:24.880 --> 01:28.560] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that [01:28.560 --> 01:33.120] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:33.120 --> 01:34.120] law. [01:34.120 --> 01:37.720] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:37.720 --> 01:42.200] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:42.200 --> 01:48.360] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as [01:48.360 --> 01:51.320] well as other cities too, like the District Attorney. [01:51.320 --> 01:56.920] In El Paso, Caima Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law [01:56.920 --> 02:01.840] quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.840 --> 02:06.880] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [02:06.880 --> 02:11.320] in Harris County who stated that quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something [02:11.320 --> 02:13.600] illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.600 --> 02:17.520] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches with their [02:17.520 --> 02:22.720] charge with it. [02:22.720 --> 02:27.360] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark [02:27.360 --> 02:32.480] as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket [02:32.480 --> 02:38.160] shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East [02:38.160 --> 02:39.160] Pacific Ocean. [02:39.160 --> 02:43.920] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [02:43.920 --> 02:50.920] its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey may be drawn into the globe. [03:13.920 --> 03:43.760] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Riva Radio, and we're talking to Tina and [03:43.760 --> 03:44.760] in California. [03:44.760 --> 03:50.640] Okay, I'm a little unclear on what's going on in this case. [03:50.640 --> 03:58.200] It appears as though the appeal of the order has, and apparently the judge, okay, the appeal [03:58.200 --> 04:07.720] of the order, your guy has, you've got the order overturned, the judge overturned his [04:07.720 --> 04:08.720] own order? [04:08.720 --> 04:11.960] No, I don't think so. [04:11.960 --> 04:19.440] From what I can gather, they were able to do some technicalities that got it thrown [04:19.440 --> 04:20.440] out. [04:20.440 --> 04:24.160] And James, you know, he knows it, but I can't get him on the call because it's 11 o'clock [04:24.160 --> 04:27.680] his time and he's fast asleep. [04:27.680 --> 04:35.360] So what we're answering here is it says it's the defendant's objection to omnibus motion [04:35.360 --> 04:42.080] in lemony to strike or preclude testimony and exhibit and plaintiff's motion to file [04:42.080 --> 04:44.760] unilateral pretrial stipulations. [04:44.760 --> 04:52.720] The other side is trying to strike and remove all of James' defenses, all of his exhibits, [04:52.720 --> 04:56.200] and all of his evidence, every single bit of it. [04:56.200 --> 05:01.520] And so he's, this was their motion in lemony to him. [05:01.520 --> 05:09.040] They reference every exhibit that he's submitted for trial that they want to remove. [05:09.040 --> 05:10.040] Okay. [05:10.040 --> 05:11.040] Wait a minute. [05:11.040 --> 05:12.760] What is the nature of this case? [05:12.760 --> 05:13.760] To foreclosure. [05:13.760 --> 05:14.760] Say that again? [05:14.760 --> 05:15.760] To foreclosure. [05:15.760 --> 05:16.760] Oh, okay. [05:16.760 --> 05:17.760] Okay. [05:17.760 --> 05:23.760] Yeah, he's been in it for 12 years, fighting it. [05:23.760 --> 05:24.760] Good. [05:24.760 --> 05:33.880] So I just, I want to bring the court's attention to the fact that they're saying this judge's [05:33.880 --> 05:39.800] order was vague and immaterial and ambiguous. [05:39.800 --> 05:45.360] And so I was putting that it is preposterous and an insult to Judge Harrison, this court [05:45.360 --> 05:51.200] and the judicial system that the plaintiff claims a valid order is overbroad, ambiguous, [05:51.200 --> 05:55.800] vague, immaterial, and irrelevant to this action. [05:55.800 --> 05:59.720] Because the order shows that the payments were made and not accounted for and that there [05:59.720 --> 06:01.280] is escrow for. [06:01.280 --> 06:04.640] It shows that there was a problem with the records and facts. [06:04.640 --> 06:11.440] So I'm just trying to bring attention to the fact that they're being too lazy to properly [06:11.440 --> 06:15.640] answer as to why each court should be excluded. [06:15.640 --> 06:16.640] Okay. [06:16.640 --> 06:19.520] So it was, hold on. [06:19.520 --> 06:25.680] It was this guy's own lawyers who did not properly answer? [06:25.680 --> 06:29.840] No, it was the other side's lawyer. [06:29.840 --> 06:36.400] They said everything he submitted was vague, immaterial, overbroad, ambiguous, and not [06:36.400 --> 06:38.320] relevant to the claim. [06:38.320 --> 06:40.160] But he was. [06:40.160 --> 06:41.160] Okay. [06:41.160 --> 06:42.160] Okay. [06:42.160 --> 06:43.160] So we're not talking about the order now. [06:43.160 --> 06:49.360] We're talking about their objection, their emotion and lemony. [06:49.360 --> 06:52.880] I'm not sure where we're at here. [06:52.880 --> 06:59.840] We're trying to respond to their objections to all his evidence. [06:59.840 --> 07:02.000] They want everything stricken. [07:02.000 --> 07:07.960] They don't want any of his evidence or documents brought to trial. [07:07.960 --> 07:10.360] They want him to have no defenses. [07:10.360 --> 07:11.360] Oh, okay. [07:11.360 --> 07:12.360] Okay. [07:12.360 --> 07:13.360] Okay. [07:13.360 --> 07:14.360] Okay. [07:14.360 --> 07:15.360] Okay. [07:15.360 --> 07:16.360] Okay. [07:16.360 --> 07:17.360] Okay. [07:17.360 --> 07:25.760] They know their objection, as their objections are overbroad, he's the same. [07:25.760 --> 07:31.140] It's erasing these objections, asking them to raise the objections with specificity, [07:31.140 --> 07:39.260] as they're, as the way they have been, the accusations or objections have been brought [07:39.260 --> 07:48.500] are insufficient to give the party sufficient notice so that he can respond to the objections. [07:48.500 --> 07:50.100] So ask them for clarification. [07:50.100 --> 07:51.100] Okay. [07:51.100 --> 07:52.100] I like that. [07:52.100 --> 07:53.100] I'm sure they'll hate it. [07:53.100 --> 07:54.100] I like that. [07:54.100 --> 07:56.540] I'm sure they'll hate it as well. [07:56.540 --> 07:58.540] Oh, I'm sure they will. [07:58.540 --> 08:03.500] And in fact, I must have heard this word from you before, lots of times it stuck with me [08:03.500 --> 08:10.580] because I just wrote him an email because he sent them a settlement offer and they wrote [08:10.580 --> 08:16.660] some convoluted thing back to him, which even I was like, what the hell are they saying [08:16.660 --> 08:17.660] here? [08:17.660 --> 08:18.660] I have no idea. [08:18.660 --> 08:28.420] So I had him send an email asking for clarification and for them to respond with specificity and [08:28.420 --> 08:29.980] in plain English. [08:29.980 --> 08:45.860] Well, okay, hold on, plain English, what you might do is ask the court to order the party [08:45.860 --> 08:54.900] to define all terms of art used in their pleadings, where any term used in their pleading has [08:54.900 --> 09:06.500] a meaning other than the common tongue meaning normally found in Webster's or Standard Encyclopedia [09:06.500 --> 09:09.380] to please define the terms. [09:09.380 --> 09:10.380] They won't like that either. [09:10.380 --> 09:14.900] And you can ask them, by the way, what is all this kerfuffle? [09:14.900 --> 09:15.900] Kerfuffle. [09:15.900 --> 09:16.900] So you got the email. [09:16.900 --> 09:25.500] But you know I haven't seen the email. [09:25.500 --> 09:26.500] He's clever. [09:26.500 --> 09:29.500] He looks these things up. [09:29.500 --> 09:35.540] I thought I hinted to you, but I must have a number wrong in your email, Brad, so it [09:35.540 --> 09:38.420] came back to me after finding the one and saying. [09:38.420 --> 09:39.420] Oh, there it is. [09:39.420 --> 09:40.420] I had it up. [09:40.420 --> 09:41.420] Kerfuffle. [09:41.420 --> 09:42.420] K-E-R-F. [09:42.420 --> 09:44.980] One of the things that my mother made me learn. [09:44.980 --> 09:50.420] Oh, F-F-L-E. [09:50.420 --> 09:58.460] It means to make a fuss or a bother usually when people have different points of view. [09:58.460 --> 10:01.420] Much ado over nothing. [10:01.420 --> 10:07.060] Imagine two of your friends having a minor disagreement over something making quite a [10:07.060 --> 10:09.500] bit of noise. [10:09.500 --> 10:13.580] Doesn't kerfuffle sound like a great way to describe the situation? [10:13.580 --> 10:15.580] Yeah, it does. [10:15.580 --> 10:17.580] It's a onamonapia. [10:17.580 --> 10:23.580] Sounds like what it means. [10:23.580 --> 10:24.580] Okay. [10:24.580 --> 10:25.580] Okay. [10:25.580 --> 10:33.700] So here, if they're saying something vague and unclear, ask them to clarify and ask [10:33.700 --> 10:37.460] them to define their terms. [10:37.460 --> 10:38.460] Okay. [10:38.460 --> 10:39.460] I like that. [10:39.460 --> 10:40.460] I'll do that. [10:40.460 --> 10:45.860] But what he may do is make up his own definition. [10:45.860 --> 10:55.180] You'll find definitions himself and ask them to verify that the terms they use mean what [10:55.180 --> 11:00.060] he takes them to mean, or do they infer a different meaning for those terms? [11:00.060 --> 11:01.460] They will hate that. [11:01.460 --> 11:02.460] Oh, okay. [11:02.460 --> 11:03.460] I like that. [11:03.460 --> 11:06.420] That's a great plan. [11:06.420 --> 11:13.500] I did put in the email to them at the end because there were three options we gave them, [11:13.500 --> 11:18.380] and I put at the bottom of the email, I said there were three options in my settlement [11:18.380 --> 11:21.740] offer, and I think option C covers everything. [11:21.740 --> 11:26.740] So if I do not receive a clear response by Monday at 1 p.m., I will treat your silence [11:26.740 --> 11:30.220] as your client's acquiescence to option C. [11:30.220 --> 11:36.700] They probably won't like it, and they will agree, but I thought I'd throw that in there [11:36.700 --> 11:41.380] anyway, because they're always asking him to respond within 24 hours, or they'll go [11:41.380 --> 11:48.100] to the court and say he's been disobedient, and they haven't responded in 48 hours. [11:48.100 --> 11:53.340] Has he barred grieves these guys? [11:53.340 --> 11:59.300] He's barred grieves, and, well, I have for him, he's barred grieves them twice, and [11:59.300 --> 12:04.140] I've got about four more to write when I have time, and he just got the green card back [12:04.140 --> 12:07.220] for one of them, so he knows they've got it. [12:07.220 --> 12:09.220] Good, good. [12:09.220 --> 12:12.540] Start stacking up the bar grievances, and you're likely to wind up with another law [12:12.540 --> 12:17.820] firm that may not be quite as difficult as this one. [12:17.820 --> 12:24.220] Well, he's been through four so far, and every time we bar grieve them, they've changed [12:24.220 --> 12:29.580] really. Good, good, that means their cost goes up. [12:29.580 --> 12:35.460] Yeah, well, I put something in here about the fact that they keep him, you know, torturing [12:35.460 --> 12:41.420] him with all these, you know, frivolous motions, so that they can make more money by keeping [12:41.420 --> 12:45.780] him in litigation when he's made plenty of offers to settle. [12:45.780 --> 12:49.980] Did you ask for sanctions in those motions? [12:49.980 --> 12:50.980] No. [12:50.980 --> 12:56.900] You should ask, any time he makes an accusation like that, you should ask for sanctions. That's [12:56.900 --> 12:57.900] called churning. [12:57.900 --> 12:58.900] Okay, cool. [12:58.900 --> 13:05.940] You put the term churning in there, the court will know exactly what you're referring to. [13:05.940 --> 13:12.540] Okay, great. Give me lots to go on, and I'll let you go do other callers, because I'm sure [13:12.540 --> 13:16.100] you've got a full board tonight, and I will be... [13:16.100 --> 13:22.500] Okay, we actually do have some empty space on the call board, so if you have a question [13:22.500 --> 13:31.380] or a comment, give us a call. Our call-in number, 512-646-1984, and thank you, Tina, [13:31.380 --> 13:34.900] and send me some more interesting words. [13:34.900 --> 13:35.900] I will. [13:35.900 --> 13:41.900] I did explain one last night, but I didn't do it good, so nobody got it. I was listening [13:41.900 --> 13:49.380] to public radio, and someone called in and asked them if they knew the origin of the [13:49.380 --> 13:58.380] term how the cow ate cabbage, and this person was from Austin, and that's a common euphemism [13:58.380 --> 14:08.020] here in Texas, and he said the only thing he could find was an old joke about a circus [14:08.020 --> 14:16.860] came to town, and the elephants escaped, and an older woman saw one of the elephants in [14:16.860 --> 14:27.220] her garden, but she didn't see well, and she thought it was a cow, and she called the sheriff [14:27.220 --> 14:36.780] and told him that there is a cow in my garden pulling up my cabbage with his tail, and the [14:36.780 --> 14:43.380] sheriff asked, well, you're pulling him up with his tail? What's the cow doing with him? [14:43.380 --> 14:50.260] You wouldn't believe me if I told you. I turned that to Pastor Massive, and he didn't [14:50.260 --> 14:53.260] even chuckle. [14:53.260 --> 15:03.460] Anyway, okay, that's how the cow ate the cabbage. Okay, thank you, Tina. Now we're going to [15:03.460 --> 15:16.660] about that bar grievance. I did have one little thing to just add in this time where [15:16.660 --> 15:25.540] not all the lawyers are maybe picking up faxes. In Texas we had the state bar shut off their [15:25.540 --> 15:35.260] fax machine that is, that receives our bar grievances. Now, I could go over to the website [15:35.260 --> 15:45.860] and fill in their form, but I'd rather send them a fax and have a copy of it, so I looked [15:45.860 --> 15:54.420] and found the email address of the person who is the chief disciplinary counsel in [15:54.420 --> 16:04.180] the Senate directly to that person. That way, they know that I know that they've got a bar [16:04.180 --> 16:09.300] number two, and I know their name, and they might be the next one. [16:09.300 --> 16:14.660] I like you. You had way too much fun with this dress. [16:14.660 --> 16:20.780] Well, I decided to stop just short, at least for now, stop just short of sending a letter [16:20.780 --> 16:25.940] to their home address, because why? Everyone's working from home right now, right? I'm just [16:25.940 --> 16:34.820] being, making it convenient for them. Oh, that is a good idea. They were really [16:34.820 --> 16:50.860] not like that. Wait, I missed it. I said I was going off the cliff. I was saying I did [16:50.860 --> 16:55.820] send the settlement letters to the CEO's home. The Freddie Mac CEO, I sent it to his home. [16:55.820 --> 17:00.060] Okay, we're falling off the cliff. We'll be right back. [17:00.060 --> 17:05.620] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even lawsuits? Trust in God, be free. Tell Him your problems and say, I'll give you my peace again. [20:39.300 --> 20:58.300] When I call your name, you will be. Trust in God, be free. Tell Him your problems and say, I'll give you my peace again. [20:58.300 --> 21:04.300] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rue La Radio, and we're finishing up with Tina. [21:04.300 --> 21:08.300] Tina, did you have something else for us you were talking when we fell off the cliff? [21:08.300 --> 21:22.300] No, I was just saying that I had sent the settlement offer to the Freddie Mac CEO at his home to make sure that he did see it and that his staff didn't throw it in the trash. [21:22.300 --> 21:27.300] Okay, I am sorry, Tina. I cannot understand a word you're saying. [21:27.300 --> 21:38.300] I can make it out. It's a difficult, the audio is a little difficult, but she's saying that she sent a letter or she's going to send a letter. [21:38.300 --> 21:44.300] I couldn't quite tell to the Freddie Mac CEO's house. [21:44.300 --> 21:59.300] And Randy was just telling me over the break, Tina, that it might not be a good idea for me to send something to the district attorney's home address because then they would construe that as a threat, just the fact that I know where they live. [21:59.300 --> 22:10.300] Never mind that they do that with me. They send something to my house and I'm not supposed to consider it a threat, but that's what they do and he said it might not be worth it. [22:10.300 --> 22:21.300] Let me clarify, only a judge, prosecutor, police officer, those three, those are the only ones I would be concerned about that with. [22:21.300 --> 22:25.300] Everybody else wouldn't worry about it. [22:25.300 --> 22:40.300] Okay, well, I sent it from me with James's settlement, but I sent it with a couple of other things that are written about banks in Humanity Demand and just said, maybe you don't know what's going on, but now you do. [22:40.300 --> 22:42.300] So I fixed it basically. [22:42.300 --> 22:50.300] And I think that's a real good point because the lawyers don't always tell their clients everything. [22:50.300 --> 22:52.300] No. [22:52.300 --> 23:01.300] Giving the clients notice. This is how Tim got his cases dismissed. [23:01.300 --> 23:19.300] When he went to the city council and told them what the lawyers were doing, the city council went into executive session came out and told the public that they've ordered the lawyers to dismiss all claims. [23:19.300 --> 23:24.300] Because they weren't being told the kind of shenanigans the lawyers are pulling. [23:24.300 --> 23:27.300] And when they found out they were not happy. [23:27.300 --> 23:37.300] And the bank, when they find out that the lawyers are turning the case to run up the bills on them, they're not likely to be happy. [23:37.300 --> 23:40.300] So yeah, I think that would be a great idea. [23:40.300 --> 23:50.300] Well, I already did it, so we'll find out what happens. And I know the attorneys are going to say like they did with me, you are not supposed to contact our clients. [23:50.300 --> 23:52.300] You have to come to us because we represent them. [23:52.300 --> 23:54.300] And I'm pro say I don't care. [23:54.300 --> 23:55.300] Okay. [23:55.300 --> 23:57.300] Okay, here's what you say. [23:57.300 --> 24:05.300] Screw you. [24:05.300 --> 24:07.300] You got to complain about that. [24:07.300 --> 24:09.300] Take it to the court. [24:09.300 --> 24:12.300] If the court don't like it, let the court tell me. [24:12.300 --> 24:16.300] But you're just a lawyer for the party on the other side. [24:16.300 --> 24:21.300] And like Brett is saying, I don't talk to lawyers. [24:21.300 --> 24:23.300] Feed it. [24:23.300 --> 24:25.300] I didn't sue you guys. [24:25.300 --> 24:27.300] I see that I wasn't sued by you guys. [24:27.300 --> 24:28.300] I was sued by the bank. [24:28.300 --> 24:30.300] So I only talked to the bank. [24:30.300 --> 24:37.300] You're just a hired mouth for the bank and I don't want to hear your mouth. [24:37.300 --> 24:47.300] I've never seen any law that prevented one party from speaking to another party. [24:47.300 --> 24:48.300] No. [24:48.300 --> 24:54.300] I know the courts and the lawyers don't like it, but I don't know of any restriction. [24:54.300 --> 24:58.300] I've never seen one. [24:58.300 --> 24:59.300] So. [24:59.300 --> 25:01.300] I'll assume there isn't one. [25:01.300 --> 25:10.300] So if they've made that claim, then ask them to back it up or barbarism for it. [25:10.300 --> 25:11.300] Okay. [25:11.300 --> 25:21.300] Hold on for negligent misrepresentation. [25:21.300 --> 25:23.300] I couldn't do that. [25:23.300 --> 25:27.300] They lied to you and they knew they were lying to you. [25:27.300 --> 25:37.300] Now it may be that a lawyer cannot speak to the other sides to the play. [25:37.300 --> 25:41.300] Like the lawyer for one side can't speak to the party on the other side. [25:41.300 --> 25:43.300] They have to talk to the other lawyers. [25:43.300 --> 25:49.300] But if you're not the lawyer, you can talk to anybody you want to. [25:49.300 --> 25:52.300] What can I say? [25:52.300 --> 25:59.300] I really like the idea that Brett was taking with these lawyers where he filed an information [25:59.300 --> 26:02.300] request and got a response from the lawyer and he told the lawyer, who are you? [26:02.300 --> 26:03.300] I don't know who you are. [26:03.300 --> 26:05.300] Don't bother me. [26:05.300 --> 26:07.300] I didn't file a request with you. [26:07.300 --> 26:09.300] Get lost. [26:09.300 --> 26:12.300] Great idea. [26:12.300 --> 26:18.300] And in thinking about it, the plaintiffs are the parties, not the lawyers. [26:18.300 --> 26:27.300] Lawyers want to keep everything amongst themselves so they can screw their clients. [26:27.300 --> 26:35.300] So the presumption for me, it would be that the lawyers tell the client everything. [26:35.300 --> 26:40.300] So there is no reason not to speak to the client. [26:40.300 --> 26:50.300] It does cause the lawyer's problems, the biggest place where that causes a problem is in divorce cases. [26:50.300 --> 26:56.300] They absolutely do not want the parties speaking to each other because the lawyers go out of [26:56.300 --> 27:03.300] their way to set the parties against each other so they can swallow their entire estate [27:03.300 --> 27:05.300] in the process of the divorce. [27:05.300 --> 27:10.300] So they definitely don't want these two talking to each other. [27:10.300 --> 27:13.300] They want to fight with each other in the same way with any other case. [27:13.300 --> 27:16.300] So that's a great idea. [27:16.300 --> 27:17.300] Okay. [27:17.300 --> 27:19.300] Thank you very much. [27:19.300 --> 27:20.300] Okay. [27:20.300 --> 27:21.300] Thank you, Tina. [27:21.300 --> 27:24.300] Now we're going to go to Chris in Colorado. [27:24.300 --> 27:25.300] Hello, Chris. [27:25.300 --> 27:29.300] What do you have for us today? [27:29.300 --> 27:32.300] I got a couple of quick questions. [27:32.300 --> 27:34.300] Bedtime here. [27:34.300 --> 27:41.300] I last time I talked to you, we were talking about statute limitations and also talking [27:41.300 --> 27:45.300] about doing a private negotiation settlement. [27:45.300 --> 27:53.300] I've already drafted a letter to my people I'm dealing with and I'm giving them 21 days. [27:53.300 --> 27:56.300] It's about right the ballpark for the statute limitation. [27:56.300 --> 27:58.300] I also am taking... [27:58.300 --> 27:59.300] Wait a minute. [27:59.300 --> 28:00.300] Hold on. [28:00.300 --> 28:01.300] Hold on. [28:01.300 --> 28:06.300] Was the letter intended as a tort letter? [28:06.300 --> 28:09.300] I'm not sure what that means. [28:09.300 --> 28:10.300] Okay. [28:10.300 --> 28:11.300] Let me step back. [28:11.300 --> 28:19.300] Are you in the process of adjudicating a case or are you preparing to sue someone? [28:19.300 --> 28:22.300] What's going on here? [28:22.300 --> 28:28.300] So last time we had the sharing of difference between public and private and I'm starting [28:28.300 --> 28:36.300] to warm up to the private because ultimately we have to get people to kind of, you know, [28:36.300 --> 28:38.300] get used to dealing with one another. [28:38.300 --> 28:41.300] But I also am not opposed to fighting people. [28:41.300 --> 28:42.300] I'm used to it. [28:42.300 --> 28:45.300] So I'm doing a private letter. [28:45.300 --> 28:47.300] I'm getting the coaching from my friend, Annette. [28:47.300 --> 28:52.300] Annette told you about and I'm going to give them 21 days and I'm going to give them a [28:52.300 --> 28:53.300] bill. [28:53.300 --> 28:54.300] Okay. [28:54.300 --> 28:55.300] Hold on. [28:55.300 --> 28:56.300] Hold on. [28:56.300 --> 29:01.300] Is this letter in the form of notice and opportunity? [29:01.300 --> 29:03.300] Opportunity to cure? [29:03.300 --> 29:04.300] Yes. [29:04.300 --> 29:05.300] Okay. [29:05.300 --> 29:07.300] Then that's a tort letter. [29:07.300 --> 29:11.300] Is the tort letter going to a governmental entity? [29:11.300 --> 29:12.300] No. [29:12.300 --> 29:13.300] Okay. [29:13.300 --> 29:17.300] If you were going to a governmental entity, and this is the reason I asked that question, [29:17.300 --> 29:27.300] is most states allow, they require a tort letter before you consume notice and opportunity. [29:27.300 --> 29:32.300] And the jurisdiction has 60 days in which to respond. [29:32.300 --> 29:39.300] And the normal response time for all motions, pleadings and other things is 30 days. [29:39.300 --> 29:46.300] So it may draw less objection if you give, if you use 30 days instead of like 21. [29:46.300 --> 29:52.300] That only applies to the first filing to the regional petition in the civil suit. [29:52.300 --> 29:53.300] Hang on. [29:53.300 --> 29:55.300] Ready to count in Brett Fountain. [29:55.300 --> 29:57.300] Rule of law radio. [29:57.300 --> 30:01.300] We'll be right back. [30:01.300 --> 30:05.300] Everyone knows that walking is great exercise, but you might not know that the way you walk [30:05.300 --> 30:08.300] could predict how long you're going to live. [30:08.300 --> 30:13.300] I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht and I'll be back to tell you more about walking prognostication [30:13.300 --> 30:14.300] in just a moment. [30:14.300 --> 30:16.300] Privacy is under attack. [30:16.300 --> 30:19.300] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:19.300 --> 30:24.300] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:24.300 --> 30:26.300] So protect your rights. [30:26.300 --> 30:30.300] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [30:30.300 --> 30:32.300] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:32.300 --> 30:37.300] This public service announcement is brought to you by startpage.com, the private search engine [30:37.300 --> 30:40.300] alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. [30:40.300 --> 30:43.300] Start over with Start Page. [30:43.300 --> 30:47.300] New research shows how fast you walk could predict how long you're going to live. [30:47.300 --> 30:52.300] The Journal of the American Medical Association reports that older adults who walk one meter [30:52.300 --> 30:55.300] per second or faster live longer than expected. [30:55.300 --> 31:00.300] In case you're wondering, one meter per second is about two and a quarter miles per hour. [31:00.300 --> 31:05.300] A senior's age, gender and walking speed were as good at predicting life expectancy as more [31:05.300 --> 31:07.300] traditional statistical measures. [31:07.300 --> 31:10.300] Generally speaking, faster walkers live longer. [31:10.300 --> 31:13.300] Pressuring walking speed is quick and inexpensive. [31:13.300 --> 31:16.300] It only takes a stopwatch, some space to walk in a few minutes. [31:16.300 --> 31:21.300] Researchers say it could help doctors identify older patients who need special care. [31:21.300 --> 31:23.300] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [31:23.300 --> 31:30.300] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.300 --> 31:31.300] I lost my son. [31:31.300 --> 31:32.300] My uncle. [31:32.300 --> 31:33.300] My uncle. [31:33.300 --> 31:34.300] My son. [31:34.300 --> 31:35.300] On September 11, 2000. [31:35.300 --> 31:38.300] Most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11. [31:38.300 --> 31:42.300] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane. [31:42.300 --> 31:46.300] Although the official explanation is that fire brought down building 7, [31:46.300 --> 31:50.300] over 1,200 architects and engineers has looked into the evidence [31:50.300 --> 31:52.300] and believed there's more to the story. [31:52.300 --> 31:53.300] Bring justice to my son. [31:53.300 --> 31:54.300] My uncle. [31:54.300 --> 31:55.300] My nephew. [31:55.300 --> 31:56.300] My son. [31:56.300 --> 31:57.300] Go to buildingwhat.org. [31:57.300 --> 32:00.300] Why it's held, why it matters, and what you can do. [33:00.300 --> 33:06.300] Live Free Speech Radio, LogosRadioNetwork.com [33:31.300 --> 33:36.300] Oh, yeah, I won't [33:39.300 --> 33:41.300] I won't [33:42.300 --> 33:48.300] I won't let you pull the wool over my eyes [33:50.300 --> 33:56.300] Let us refuse your news also from the lie [33:56.300 --> 33:59.300] It seems you like to say [33:59.300 --> 34:04.300] But please take some words to the wise [34:04.300 --> 34:07.300] Please stop trying to fool [34:07.300 --> 34:09.300] Okay, we are back. [34:09.300 --> 34:12.300] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio [34:12.300 --> 34:14.300] and we're talking to Chris in Colorado. [34:14.300 --> 34:20.300] Okay, Chris, where were we when I ran out of time? [34:20.300 --> 34:27.300] Well, basically, this is a letter of private and confidential notice of negotiation. [34:27.300 --> 34:32.300] And, you know, we're making some of our own rules, essentially, [34:32.300 --> 34:34.300] but I don't have 21 days. [34:34.300 --> 34:38.300] I'm letting them know that if they don't respond [34:38.300 --> 34:42.300] and don't have anything to offer for what the damage is, [34:42.300 --> 34:45.300] then I have no choice than to file this in court. [34:45.300 --> 34:48.300] Okay, that is the definition of a tort letter. [34:48.300 --> 34:50.300] It doesn't have to be called a tort letter. [34:50.300 --> 34:54.300] So from what you said, it's well-crafted. [34:54.300 --> 34:56.300] That sounds like a great idea. [34:56.300 --> 34:59.300] It gives notice and opportunity. [34:59.300 --> 35:01.300] So great. [35:01.300 --> 35:07.300] Have you told them how much damage you has accrued? [35:07.300 --> 35:10.300] So that they know how much the cure amount is? [35:10.300 --> 35:12.300] Yeah, like a dollar amount. [35:12.300 --> 35:15.300] Yes, and this is my question because I've already given, [35:15.300 --> 35:18.300] we've already discussed this almost two years ago, [35:18.300 --> 35:21.300] and so they're already on notice that I'm going to sue them, [35:21.300 --> 35:22.300] who they asked me to. [35:22.300 --> 35:24.300] They said, if you don't like it, take us to court. [35:24.300 --> 35:27.300] So I said, fine, we've already exchanged those emails, [35:27.300 --> 35:29.300] but now I'm doing it a different way. [35:29.300 --> 35:32.300] I'm actually going to give them a bill for my exact expense [35:32.300 --> 35:38.300] with what it's cost me to, as I said, to manage this. [35:38.300 --> 35:40.300] And I've let them know that, you know, [35:40.300 --> 35:43.300] reminded them that there's already a judgment against them, [35:43.300 --> 35:45.300] and they're going to take it out of the court, [35:45.300 --> 35:47.300] out of the public and to the private, [35:47.300 --> 35:49.300] and let's talk like level-headed people. [35:49.300 --> 35:52.300] So that's my first approach, because I think that's the best way. [35:52.300 --> 35:55.300] But if they choose to be stubborn again, [35:55.300 --> 36:02.300] my question to you is, what can I hint at that the bill might become? [36:02.300 --> 36:05.300] So they get the picture that this could turn into, [36:05.300 --> 36:09.300] from this number to a much larger number. [36:09.300 --> 36:13.300] Are these attorneys you're dealing with? [36:13.300 --> 36:14.300] They will be. [36:14.300 --> 36:16.300] It's the insurance company and the tow company, [36:16.300 --> 36:18.300] and I'm assuming they're going to get a turn. [36:18.300 --> 36:19.300] Oh, okay. [36:19.300 --> 36:20.300] It's an insurance company. [36:20.300 --> 36:23.300] So they will not be impressed at all. [36:23.300 --> 36:25.300] So they will not be forthcoming. [36:25.300 --> 36:27.300] They will not. [36:27.300 --> 36:33.300] What you're doing here is very good for a jury. [36:33.300 --> 36:36.300] It won't do anything for the insurance company. [36:36.300 --> 36:43.300] There's a little story about this woman in Kansas City, Missouri. [36:43.300 --> 36:49.300] She gets a debt collector come after her for a $1,500 debt, [36:49.300 --> 36:53.300] and she tries to work with them and convince them [36:53.300 --> 36:56.300] that she doesn't have a $1,500 debt. [36:56.300 --> 37:00.300] They're trying to collect from the wrong person. [37:00.300 --> 37:06.300] And nothing she did were absolutely horrible to her, [37:06.300 --> 37:09.300] and she finally sued them. [37:09.300 --> 37:12.300] I don't remember what she asked for, [37:12.300 --> 37:18.300] but the jury gave her $80 million. [37:18.300 --> 37:21.300] What? [37:21.300 --> 37:25.300] You know, I think the jury knew that would never stand up, [37:25.300 --> 37:29.300] but they were PO'd. [37:29.300 --> 37:33.300] And they let these guys know they were PO'd. [37:33.300 --> 37:37.300] $1,500 debt, $80 million. [37:37.300 --> 37:41.300] When you're doing this, [37:41.300 --> 37:46.300] what you look at is how would a reasonable person [37:46.300 --> 37:52.300] of ordinary prudence react to what these guys are doing? [37:52.300 --> 37:55.300] And how can I get them to do things [37:55.300 --> 37:59.300] that a reasonable person of ordinary prudence would find [37:59.300 --> 38:02.300] exceptionally objectionable? [38:02.300 --> 38:06.300] And they set them up. [38:06.300 --> 38:09.300] And you've already got that set up going in. [38:09.300 --> 38:12.300] The reason I'm saying this is they don't expect these guys [38:12.300 --> 38:15.300] to be reasonable. [38:15.300 --> 38:17.300] They're used to pushing people around, [38:17.300 --> 38:20.300] and they're used to people responding positively, [38:20.300 --> 38:26.300] at least positively for them to be pushed around. [38:26.300 --> 38:30.300] They don't know how to deal with someone who's setting them up. [38:30.300 --> 38:32.300] Right. [38:32.300 --> 38:34.300] Well, I want to hint all the way from the beginning [38:34.300 --> 38:36.300] that I can play both hands, [38:36.300 --> 38:39.300] and I want to be the level-headed person, [38:39.300 --> 38:41.300] and I also want to... [38:41.300 --> 38:43.300] You know, I technically do, Randy, [38:43.300 --> 38:45.300] want to go to court because I want to have the experience [38:45.300 --> 38:49.300] of what it's like to, you know... [38:49.300 --> 38:55.300] I think that let me ask you to shift a little mental gear. [38:55.300 --> 38:58.300] You don't really want to be a reasonable person. [38:58.300 --> 39:02.300] What you want to do is set them up. [39:02.300 --> 39:04.300] Everything's a set up. [39:04.300 --> 39:08.300] Never expect them to act reasonably or rationally. [39:08.300 --> 39:12.300] If they do, it screws everything up. [39:12.300 --> 39:15.300] You don't get to sting them as hard when you get into courts, [39:15.300 --> 39:19.300] and they'll always want to look reasonable and rational. [39:19.300 --> 39:22.300] You always want to look like the good guy, [39:22.300 --> 39:28.300] and you look for ways you can get them to look like the bad guy, [39:28.300 --> 39:31.300] and you can look like the good, reasonable guy [39:31.300 --> 39:38.300] trying to sort this out without having to resort to the courts. [39:38.300 --> 39:39.300] Okay. [39:39.300 --> 39:41.300] I have a reason for that. [39:41.300 --> 39:46.300] If you have an expectation that these people will act rationally [39:46.300 --> 39:51.300] and reasonably, they will use that against you. [39:51.300 --> 39:58.300] It is deeply frustrating when you have an expectation [39:58.300 --> 40:00.300] that you're dealing with reasonable people [40:00.300 --> 40:02.300] and they don't act reasonably. [40:02.300 --> 40:08.300] It tends to elicit some of your most base [40:08.300 --> 40:13.300] and inappropriate response mechanisms. [40:13.300 --> 40:16.300] You get angry, you feel betrayed, [40:16.300 --> 40:24.300] and you tend to respond in ways that later on you wish you hadn't. [40:24.300 --> 40:27.300] So if you have an expectation that these guys [40:27.300 --> 40:32.300] are going to be real dirty rotten scoundrels, [40:32.300 --> 40:37.300] then you give them opportunity to be dirty rotten scoundrels, [40:37.300 --> 40:43.300] and you won't feel mistreated when they are dirty rotten scoundrels. [40:43.300 --> 40:48.300] You'll be leading them down the primrose path. [40:48.300 --> 40:52.300] It helps you keep focused and centered. [40:52.300 --> 40:54.300] I think what I'm trying to do, [40:54.300 --> 40:56.300] because I already know they're dirty rotten scoundrels [40:56.300 --> 40:58.300] and they've already admitted that they're dirty rotten scoundrels, [40:58.300 --> 41:03.300] I think what I'm trying to relay here is that they're not in charge anymore. [41:03.300 --> 41:06.300] They forced me into a position to already get a judgment. [41:06.300 --> 41:08.300] So what I'm doing is I'm letting them know [41:08.300 --> 41:11.300] that I'm making the rules, essentially, [41:11.300 --> 41:15.300] and I'm going to either go to court or they can settle now, [41:15.300 --> 41:18.300] but either way, this is going to go forward in one manner or another. [41:18.300 --> 41:21.300] I don't have any expectations to be let down. [41:21.300 --> 41:23.300] I'm ready to let down. [41:23.300 --> 41:28.300] So I was really looking for some... [41:28.300 --> 41:33.300] This is what I don't know, is how does $10,000... [41:33.300 --> 41:36.300] That's what I'm asking for. It's pretty much been my out-of-pocket expenses [41:36.300 --> 41:40.300] damaged the car and all my expenses trying to do this. [41:40.300 --> 41:43.300] What do I do? [41:43.300 --> 41:46.300] How do I change my perspective when I actually get in the court [41:46.300 --> 41:49.300] and I file something? I mean, do I ask a 30? Do I ask for a 70? [41:49.300 --> 41:52.300] I mean, I have no idea where to go with that. [41:52.300 --> 41:58.300] You ask for as much as you can get away with [41:58.300 --> 42:01.300] or you feel like you can get away with. [42:01.300 --> 42:06.300] Certainly, you will ask for a punitive. [42:06.300 --> 42:10.300] Or what's the term, Brett? [42:10.300 --> 42:12.300] Trouble. [42:12.300 --> 42:15.300] Yeah, it is trouble, but there's a term for... [42:15.300 --> 42:17.300] Punitive is not the right word. [42:17.300 --> 42:20.300] You ask for tension all the time. [42:20.300 --> 42:23.300] I'll think of it in a second. [42:23.300 --> 42:26.300] But you at least ask for 30. [42:26.300 --> 42:28.300] Here's how it works. [42:28.300 --> 42:33.300] Whatever you ask for, when you go into court, [42:33.300 --> 42:37.300] the other side is going to kibitz about everything you've asked for. [42:37.300 --> 42:42.300] They're going to claim everything you've asked for is inappropriate, [42:42.300 --> 42:45.300] outrageous, blah, blah, blah. [42:45.300 --> 42:49.300] And the jury is going to sit there and they're going to listen to them [42:49.300 --> 42:54.300] arguing about the dollars and their brains are going to fog over. [42:54.300 --> 43:01.300] At the end of the day, when the jury walks into the jury room to deliberate, [43:01.300 --> 43:05.300] there's only one number they're going to remember. [43:05.300 --> 43:10.300] And that's the number you walked in the door with. [43:10.300 --> 43:17.300] All their calculations will tend to revolve around that number. [43:17.300 --> 43:19.300] Does he deserve as much as he's asking for? [43:19.300 --> 43:22.300] Does he deserve more than he's asking for? [43:22.300 --> 43:24.300] But everything will revolve around that number. [43:24.300 --> 43:28.300] So make that number as high as you possibly can. [43:28.300 --> 43:31.300] Even if it sounds a little outrageous, [43:31.300 --> 43:35.300] when I do foreclosures, I take all of the closing fees [43:35.300 --> 43:39.300] and claim that they didn't provide invoices for any of that. [43:39.300 --> 43:41.300] So all of it's bogus. [43:41.300 --> 43:44.300] I run a calculation on how much it would cost. [43:44.300 --> 43:47.300] I wind up with three times the original principle [43:47.300 --> 43:50.300] and that's the claim we come in the door with. [43:50.300 --> 43:53.300] Hang on. Go on to our sponsors. [43:53.300 --> 43:56.300] We'll be right back. [44:00.300 --> 44:04.300] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, [44:04.300 --> 44:06.300] except in the area of nutrition. [44:06.300 --> 44:09.300] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves. [44:09.300 --> 44:11.300] And it's time we changed all that. [44:11.300 --> 44:14.300] Our primary defense against aging and disease [44:14.300 --> 44:17.300] in this toxic environment is good nutrition. [44:17.300 --> 44:20.300] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, [44:20.300 --> 44:22.300] adulterated, and mutilated, [44:22.300 --> 44:25.300] young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. [46:11.300 --> 46:37.300] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, [46:37.300 --> 46:39.300] the rule of law radio. [46:39.300 --> 46:41.300] Chris in Colorado. [46:41.300 --> 46:46.300] Chris, you're really worth a whole lot more than that. [46:46.300 --> 46:49.300] Just consider all the emotional distress [46:49.300 --> 46:51.300] you have suffered [46:51.300 --> 46:55.300] from being forced into the realization. [46:55.300 --> 46:57.300] It's been two years. [46:57.300 --> 47:01.300] What's your time worth? [47:01.300 --> 47:04.300] You need to kick this way up there. [47:04.300 --> 47:06.300] Yeah, you're right. I know. [47:06.300 --> 47:10.300] You need to ask the jury [47:10.300 --> 47:15.300] to assess enough against these guys [47:15.300 --> 47:19.300] that they won't want to do this to the next guy. [47:19.300 --> 47:21.300] They have no morals. [47:21.300 --> 47:25.300] They have no concern or consideration for humanity. [47:25.300 --> 47:27.300] They only care about how much money [47:27.300 --> 47:30.300] they can steal from the public. [47:30.300 --> 47:34.300] So you need to give them a reason not to do this. [47:34.300 --> 47:39.300] So ask them for a couple of million. [47:39.300 --> 47:41.300] It doesn't matter what you ask for. [47:41.300 --> 47:44.300] Let them argue it down at the end of the day. [47:44.300 --> 47:47.300] The jury is going to remember the number you walked [47:47.300 --> 47:49.300] through the door and then you ask for a couple of million [47:49.300 --> 47:54.300] because you're outraged. [47:54.300 --> 47:56.300] When I shared the story with you [47:56.300 --> 47:59.300] back in the, I guess, was the end of the summer [47:59.300 --> 48:01.300] and it stuck in my head what you said, [48:01.300 --> 48:04.300] we really want to be defining the suit [48:04.300 --> 48:06.300] or writing the suit up in a way [48:06.300 --> 48:08.300] that it could get to the Supreme Court, [48:08.300 --> 48:11.300] meaning what the insurance company did [48:11.300 --> 48:16.300] by kind of covering for their client was colluding, [48:16.300 --> 48:18.300] something like that. [48:18.300 --> 48:20.300] So I'm hinting at that. [48:20.300 --> 48:22.300] They were a corrupt tow company [48:22.300 --> 48:24.300] and the insurance company covered for them. [48:24.300 --> 48:27.300] So I'm hinting that this isn't going to go away. [48:27.300 --> 48:31.300] And so I like your idea about throwing a big number in there [48:31.300 --> 48:33.300] but at the end of the day, Randy, [48:33.300 --> 48:36.300] I kind of want this to be done like tomorrow. [48:36.300 --> 48:39.300] Yeah, so you throw the big number at them [48:39.300 --> 48:45.300] and then say, okay, make me an offer. [48:45.300 --> 48:46.300] Right. [48:46.300 --> 48:48.300] You know, do the calculation, guys. [48:48.300 --> 48:51.300] How much is this going to cost you to fight with me [48:51.300 --> 48:55.300] and how much bad publicity and presses is going to give you [48:55.300 --> 48:58.300] and what do you think a jury is going to say [48:58.300 --> 49:00.300] when we get to a jury? [49:00.300 --> 49:02.300] Make me an offer. [49:02.300 --> 49:04.300] You got nothing to lose. [49:04.300 --> 49:05.300] Higher numbers. [49:05.300 --> 49:07.300] The number they'll be starting with [49:07.300 --> 49:09.300] in their negotiation and calculations, [49:09.300 --> 49:10.300] they'll be starting from you, [49:10.300 --> 49:13.300] whatever you ask, a 1.8 million or whatever, [49:13.300 --> 49:15.300] instead of 10,000, [49:15.300 --> 49:18.300] they're not going to be making you an offer based on that. [49:18.300 --> 49:21.300] They'll, whatever number you put out there [49:21.300 --> 49:22.300] and you say make me an offer, [49:22.300 --> 49:26.300] that's the number they're dealing with. [49:26.300 --> 49:28.300] Yeah. [49:28.300 --> 49:30.300] Well, it's an interesting paradigm. [49:30.300 --> 49:32.300] I'm warming up to the world shifting. [49:32.300 --> 49:34.300] You know, I don't know how people are going to react, [49:34.300 --> 49:35.300] but the world is definitely changing. [49:35.300 --> 49:37.300] We can't deny that. [49:37.300 --> 49:42.300] Oh, I'm glad you mentioned that. [49:42.300 --> 49:49.300] I've been looking at this virus issue. [49:49.300 --> 49:56.300] Last year, 80,000 people died of the flu. [49:56.300 --> 49:58.300] So far in this epidemic, [49:58.300 --> 50:04.300] we've lost 5,000 to SARS, 5,400. [50:04.300 --> 50:07.300] 80,000. [50:07.300 --> 50:09.300] I could use some more statistics. [50:09.300 --> 50:11.300] It's incredible. [50:11.300 --> 50:21.300] So consider yourself as one of the major industrial [50:21.300 --> 50:23.300] or one of the larger companies [50:23.300 --> 50:26.300] that we've been accusing of manipulating [50:26.300 --> 50:30.300] the federal government to serve their ends. [50:30.300 --> 50:32.300] These big companies have been getting in bed [50:32.300 --> 50:33.300] with the federal government [50:33.300 --> 50:36.300] because it makes them a lot of money. [50:36.300 --> 50:38.300] Then the federal government comes in [50:38.300 --> 50:43.300] and snatched the rug right out from under them. [50:43.300 --> 50:46.300] I suspect for all of these major corporations, [50:46.300 --> 50:49.300] this is a holy crap. [50:49.300 --> 50:52.300] We didn't see that coming. [50:52.300 --> 50:54.300] They didn't go to the airlines and say, [50:54.300 --> 50:57.300] well, what can we do to mitigate the harm against you? [50:57.300 --> 50:58.300] They said, you're going to shut down, [50:58.300 --> 51:00.300] and you're going to shut down right now, [51:00.300 --> 51:02.300] and we don't care what you think about it. [51:02.300 --> 51:04.300] They told everybody you're going to shut down. [51:04.300 --> 51:07.300] I was at the veterinarians picking up some doggie dope, [51:07.300 --> 51:09.300] and I was talking to this woman there, [51:09.300 --> 51:13.300] and I asked her, before this happened, [51:13.300 --> 51:17.300] would you have imagined that our government [51:17.300 --> 51:21.300] could completely shut down the entire country? [51:21.300 --> 51:26.300] She said, absolutely not. [51:26.300 --> 51:29.300] In this kind of show, we sometimes get people [51:29.300 --> 51:32.300] talking about those who are asleep [51:32.300 --> 51:35.300] and those who are awake. [51:35.300 --> 51:39.300] Well, the only way you're asleep now is if you're dead. [51:39.300 --> 51:44.300] Everybody just got woke up big time. [51:44.300 --> 51:47.300] These large businesses that just got shut down, [51:47.300 --> 51:51.300] they are not going to be happy campers. [51:51.300 --> 51:56.300] And when this virus situation passes over, [51:56.300 --> 51:59.300] you're going to have a lot of lobbying [51:59.300 --> 52:01.300] to limit the power of government. [52:01.300 --> 52:05.300] If I get all this conspiracy garbage [52:05.300 --> 52:07.300] on everything that happens, [52:07.300 --> 52:10.300] everything that happens is a conspiracy. [52:10.300 --> 52:13.300] The shooting in Colorado [52:13.300 --> 52:15.300] when the guy went into the movie theater [52:15.300 --> 52:17.300] and shot up all these people, [52:17.300 --> 52:20.300] in five hours I had people telling me [52:20.300 --> 52:23.300] who his FBI handlers were, [52:23.300 --> 52:25.300] who got him all his weapons, [52:25.300 --> 52:30.300] who the CIA agents, the two CIA agents were, [52:30.300 --> 52:32.300] who got him his psychotropic drugs, [52:32.300 --> 52:35.300] I had the whole story. [52:35.300 --> 52:40.300] All horsemen or everything that comes along, [52:40.300 --> 52:44.300] I get the whole poop and I get it almost immediately [52:44.300 --> 52:48.300] and it's always garbage. [52:48.300 --> 52:50.300] So I don't pay attention to that. [52:50.300 --> 52:52.300] I'm looking what's really going on here. [52:52.300 --> 52:54.300] I don't know how this virus got out, [52:54.300 --> 52:58.300] but I suspect it is. [52:58.300 --> 53:01.300] I'm calling it a weaponized, a bio weapon. [53:01.300 --> 53:04.300] I don't think that's what it is. [53:04.300 --> 53:12.300] They found HIV DNA strings in the virus [53:12.300 --> 53:17.300] and I was thinking, why on earth would they do that? [53:17.300 --> 53:18.300] I know why they would do that. [53:18.300 --> 53:20.300] It's a vector virus. [53:20.300 --> 53:24.300] They're trying to develop a vector virus. [53:24.300 --> 53:26.300] Vector. [53:26.300 --> 53:29.300] Make a virus that can invade your system [53:29.300 --> 53:31.300] and get past your defenses, [53:31.300 --> 53:36.300] but you want one that doesn't really cause any difficulty [53:36.300 --> 53:41.300] and you patch into that virus a string of DNA [53:41.300 --> 53:45.300] from something that's really horrible, like AIDS [53:45.300 --> 53:50.300] and you infect somebody with this innocuous virus [53:50.300 --> 53:57.300] and the system generates antibodies for the DNA in this thing, [53:57.300 --> 54:02.300] including that string of HIV virus. [54:02.300 --> 54:03.300] It's not the complete virus, [54:03.300 --> 54:07.300] so it's impossible for you to catch HIV from this thing [54:07.300 --> 54:09.300] because it's just a portion. [54:09.300 --> 54:13.300] But if your system now sees an organism [54:13.300 --> 54:15.300] that has this string in it, [54:15.300 --> 54:17.300] it will attack it immediately. [54:17.300 --> 54:24.300] So they're using that to develop immunizations [54:24.300 --> 54:26.300] for these really horrible diseases. [54:26.300 --> 54:28.300] Now, they're using flu vaccines, [54:28.300 --> 54:32.300] but the flu vaccines are using live viruses [54:32.300 --> 54:35.300] that they've just weakened. [54:35.300 --> 54:39.300] 45% of the people who take the vaccines get the virus, [54:39.300 --> 54:41.300] get the flu. [54:41.300 --> 54:43.300] It's not even working so good. [54:43.300 --> 54:45.300] So it looks like these guys are doing some research, [54:45.300 --> 54:50.300] trying to find a way to give us immunities to things [54:50.300 --> 54:54.300] without giving us any opportunity for us to catch it. [54:54.300 --> 54:59.300] But it looks like this thing got away from them. [54:59.300 --> 55:05.300] Either somebody in the research facility got it, [55:05.300 --> 55:07.300] their protocols weren't sufficient, [55:07.300 --> 55:11.300] or somebody deliberately released it. [55:11.300 --> 55:13.300] Those are the two options. [55:13.300 --> 55:16.300] In either case, it got out in China. [55:16.300 --> 55:22.300] So I got an email from one of my senators [55:22.300 --> 55:25.300] accusing China of doing all this, [55:25.300 --> 55:27.300] really railing on China. [55:27.300 --> 55:30.300] And I was thinking, I've been talking about this, [55:30.300 --> 55:36.300] China is going to get hammered big time. [55:36.300 --> 55:41.300] Most every country in the world owes China a lot of money. [55:41.300 --> 55:44.300] This United States is going to say when China comes to the U.S. [55:44.300 --> 55:48.300] and says, hey, all that money you owe me, I want you to pay me. [55:48.300 --> 55:54.300] So yeah, we're going to talk about $2.2 trillion [55:54.300 --> 55:59.300] that we just had to spend because you screwed up. [55:59.300 --> 56:02.300] They're not going to get that money back. [56:02.300 --> 56:05.300] And then all of these companies that were shut down, [56:05.300 --> 56:09.300] they had to do something so they shifted to those things [56:09.300 --> 56:12.300] that are needed in this particular crisis. [56:12.300 --> 56:14.300] When the crisis goes away, [56:14.300 --> 56:17.300] they're not going to stop producing that. [56:17.300 --> 56:21.300] So it's going to bring business on shore. [56:21.300 --> 56:28.300] China is going to get absolutely obliterated over this. [56:28.300 --> 56:31.300] So either China let it get out by mistake, [56:31.300 --> 56:37.300] or somebody set up China so they could hammer them. [56:37.300 --> 56:44.300] But at the end of the day, this virus is not going to be that bad when it's over. [56:44.300 --> 56:52.300] I see the League of Reform community getting incredibly invigorated. [56:52.300 --> 57:02.300] I see big business lobbying to dramatically limit the power of government. [57:02.300 --> 57:06.300] If there ever was a time for you and I and the rest of us to be ready [57:06.300 --> 57:14.300] to stand up and bring solutions to the table, this is it. [57:14.300 --> 57:16.300] So does that make sense? [57:16.300 --> 57:18.300] Do I sound like a wacko? [57:18.300 --> 57:20.300] No, we all have some theories. [57:20.300 --> 57:24.300] And I have an experiment I'm doing, actually, everywhere I go. [57:24.300 --> 57:29.300] And I spent the winter in Texas for the first time on Corpus Christi. [57:29.300 --> 57:32.300] And I mingled, you know, but I didn't mingle a lot. [57:32.300 --> 57:34.300] But I started an experiment when this all went on. [57:34.300 --> 57:40.300] I started asking every person I just ran into, do you know anybody who's sick? [57:40.300 --> 57:47.300] And 99.5% of everybody asked, but the vast several hundred people, was no. [57:47.300 --> 57:48.300] And I'm still doing it. [57:48.300 --> 57:51.300] And I'm up in Colorado now. [57:51.300 --> 57:53.300] And I even have a friend who was in the hospital, [57:53.300 --> 57:57.300] and he saw them sectioning off one of the words for all the patients that are coming [57:57.300 --> 58:00.300] because they never set up. [58:00.300 --> 58:05.300] Interesting, I know there's people who are sick, but I'm wondering what the people [58:05.300 --> 58:11.300] are going to do, Randy, when they realize that this may not have been what's been told to us. [58:11.300 --> 58:13.300] Yeah, I've thought about that. [58:13.300 --> 58:18.300] There are two possibilities that I see for the virus. [58:18.300 --> 58:25.300] Either the virus was not as bad as expected to start with, [58:25.300 --> 58:32.300] or it may be that what the president and all these others are doing actually keeps the virus from being a big problem. [58:32.300 --> 58:36.300] But at the end of the day, if it's not a problem, we're going to think it's all a bunch of crap a lot. [58:36.300 --> 58:40.300] Hang on, about to go to our sponsors, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain. [58:40.300 --> 58:50.300] We'll be right back. [01:00:00.300 --> 01:00:06.300] The following newsflash is brought to you by The Low Star Lowdown. [01:00:06.300 --> 01:00:17.300] The market for Monday the 22nd of July, 2019, opened with precious metals, gold, $1,429 an ounce, silver, $16.45 an ounce, copper, $2.75 an ounce, [01:00:17.300 --> 01:00:29.300] oil, Texas crude, $55.63 a barrel, Brent crude, $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core, $10,566.52, [01:00:29.300 --> 01:00:46.300] Ethereum, $227.26, XRP, Ripple, $0.33, Whitecoin, $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [01:00:46.300 --> 01:01:04.300] In history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a time suitcase bomb, was detonated on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing 10 and entering 40 today in history. [01:01:04.300 --> 01:01:17.300] And recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp into taxes law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges, [01:01:17.300 --> 01:01:24.300] and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC. [01:01:24.300 --> 01:01:33.300] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law. [01:01:33.300 --> 01:01:47.300] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter that county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, [01:01:47.300 --> 01:02:01.300] as well as other cities, too, like the district attorney, in El Paso, Taima Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [01:02:01.300 --> 01:02:12.300] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender, in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [01:02:12.300 --> 01:02:22.300] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with. [01:02:22.300 --> 01:02:39.300] A paper by Tulane University identified a five-and-a-half-inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [01:02:39.300 --> 01:02:51.300] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [01:02:51.300 --> 01:03:00.300] This was Book Roadie with your lowdown for July 22, 2019. [01:03:00.300 --> 01:03:29.300] Music playing. [01:03:30.300 --> 01:03:55.300] Music playing. [01:03:55.300 --> 01:04:15.300] Music playing. [01:04:15.300 --> 01:04:35.300] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Brent Fountain, Guadalajarao, and we're talking to Chris in Colorado, and I was saying to Chris on the break that we need to think past our first reactions, and it certainly sounds like you've done that, Chris. [01:04:35.300 --> 01:04:52.300] Brett, you mentioned that you live next to a hospital and it's empty as you've ever seen it. Well, that may be because there's no virus, but it may also be because a lot of the health workers are gone to those places where they're needed. [01:04:52.300 --> 01:05:02.300] Or it could just be that everybody's staying home and nobody's having any accidents and getting involved in tree trimmings. [01:05:02.300 --> 01:05:12.300] They're all in off their house, and that could be. But I'm looking overall down the road once this is passed, and it will pass. [01:05:12.300 --> 01:05:31.300] If what Trump is doing and all these measures contain this thing so that it doesn't become a major epidemic, the population is going to look back on this and say, well, yeah, that wasn't a big deal. [01:05:31.300 --> 01:05:44.300] But we didn't have to go to all this trouble. We didn't have to shut down the government. Even if that's what fixed it, that's what the perception's going to be. [01:05:44.300 --> 01:06:00.300] Just like you were saying, Chris, you're asking people if they're sick or if they know anybody's sick, and I'll say no. And so if what they did, it may be that this thing would have just died if it's on a court. [01:06:00.300 --> 01:06:13.300] Or it may be that all of these draconian measures is what kept it from being a problem. But in either case, I suspect that six months down the road, our perception is that it was never really a big problem to start with. [01:06:13.300 --> 01:06:30.300] And so get us six months down the road, and we've got over all of this stuff, and we look back at it. Everybody's awake now. Everybody knows the government will come in and shut you down. [01:06:30.300 --> 01:06:39.300] And big business got hammered big time. They got shut down. They are not going to be happy campers. [01:06:39.300 --> 01:06:56.300] So I suspect this year will be the year we have the opportunity to put the brakes on a lot of these. This global one world government, I think this will put it in the trash. [01:06:56.300 --> 01:07:19.300] And if China set this up, they made a big error because China is going to get hammered. Kay Bailey Hutchinson, she's the one that sent out this email, blaming China for everything and moving toward asking for incredible sanctions against China. [01:07:19.300 --> 01:07:35.300] I think China is going to suffer big time. A lot of other countries, just like ours, are the businesses that have been shut down and shifting to other productions, a kind of cheap production that China's been providing. [01:07:35.300 --> 01:07:50.300] And when this is over, a lot of China's markets are going to dry up because they forced other countries to gear up to produce what they needed for this epidemic. [01:07:50.300 --> 01:07:57.300] And once the epidemic's over, once they've geared up for this production, they're not going to shut that down. They'll just keep producing. [01:07:57.300 --> 01:08:12.300] I think China's going to get hammered big time. So what's China going to do? How are they going to recover from this? [01:08:12.300 --> 01:08:30.300] I don't know. Yeah, I don't either. It's interesting time, but it will be the easier historic times. And I'm in a way I'm excited because everybody's awake to what we're saying now. [01:08:30.300 --> 01:08:46.300] And I think in the next two or three years, we will get a lot of legislation in that's specifically designed to eliminate the power of government. I'm hoping we can get rid of the Military Commissions Act. [01:08:46.300 --> 01:09:05.300] Most everybody's forgotten about that. It's like the sort of Damocles that this lawyer, that Brett Neymour, we're dealing with, the sort of Damocles hanging over all of us after 9-11, they passed the Military Commissions Act. [01:09:05.300 --> 01:09:31.300] It is absolutely, completely and totally unconstitutional. The problem is, Debra, are you in the background? Debra said that this Military Commissions Act reads like a document the Nazis put out before World War II. [01:09:31.300 --> 01:09:44.300] It is a scary business. And under the Military Commissions Act, they can shut down the legislature, they can shut down the courts to clear martial law and eliminate all of our constitutional rights. [01:09:44.300 --> 01:09:57.300] Well, that's unconstitutional. But I can't bring a claim unless I've been harmed by it. But when they institute it and I'm harmed by it, they've shut down all my remedies. [01:09:57.300 --> 01:10:13.300] So no, I can't bring a claim. That one's one I hope that we can get undone because that's the sort of Damocles hanging over all of us. [01:10:13.300 --> 01:10:26.300] And there are a lot of measures out there that I think there will be a lot of pressure, especially from big business now, because they're not going to want this to happen to them again. [01:10:26.300 --> 01:10:32.300] They're going to go to the government and say, you're going to have to do something different. You can't come in and shut us down again. [01:10:32.300 --> 01:10:46.300] They'll put greater limits on the power of government. And everybody out here now is fully aware of the potential danger of too much power in the hands of government. [01:10:46.300 --> 01:10:57.300] So when we go to people and say, you know, the courts are corrupt, they're not going to be quite so incredulous. [01:10:57.300 --> 01:11:03.300] They're going to listen to us more. I think things are going to get better, Chris. [01:11:03.300 --> 01:11:14.300] I believe that too. I think there's a lot of smart people in the world. And there's a lot of people who are who their awareness is whether they were on or not, like you said, are coming on. [01:11:14.300 --> 01:11:22.300] I like what you say about the business because they're the smart people in the world. And I think if they will do that, that part, that's great. [01:11:22.300 --> 01:11:31.300] But there's a lot of people in the world who are really afraid. And I'm in the grocery store every other day and people are saying, please back up. [01:11:31.300 --> 01:11:39.300] And I'm like, do I look sick? Do you look sick? Are we really that afraid of what I know? So there's still this ignorance going on. [01:11:39.300 --> 01:11:43.300] And that always kind of bugs me, but that's just me. [01:11:43.300 --> 01:11:57.300] I have a second question to you guys because I'm, you know, I told you that I'm working with some people and we want to be a little bit preemptive. And so I did one Freedom of Information Act when this whole thing started, just gave some information. [01:11:57.300 --> 01:12:08.300] I did two, actually. And they were both ignored. I didn't know I could have filed criminal charges and all that, but I'm curious with your experience. [01:12:08.300 --> 01:12:26.300] What do you think about this statement? Is there a way to ask my local officials in the county or even the state what they have in the pipeline for plans to up enforcement or control of the people, whether it be, you know, the identification. [01:12:26.300 --> 01:12:35.300] I don't know what they have in their minds, how they're going to control people, but from what I'm seeing, the police are really loose with this whole lockdown thing. They're not really fucking people. [01:12:35.300 --> 01:12:41.300] They've been pretty polite from what I'm seeing, but they're fine that they're sick. [01:12:41.300 --> 01:12:47.300] This, for the police, this will bring out the best in them. [01:12:47.300 --> 01:12:51.300] This is not business as usual. This is a real crisis. [01:12:51.300 --> 01:13:01.300] And when they shut down most of the travel in Austin, I had people talking to me. They were concerned that the police should be arresting everybody. [01:13:01.300 --> 01:13:08.300] I said, I don't think so. That won't be a good idea. The last thing they want to do is create a backlash. [01:13:08.300 --> 01:13:24.300] And it appears as though the police have been very careful. They have backed up and they've spent their efforts making things work well and they're not messing with anybody. [01:13:24.300 --> 01:13:32.300] So I'm real pleased with them. It's a good sign. I suspect the police are as concerned about this as everybody else is. [01:13:32.300 --> 01:13:37.300] I think this will bring out the best in all of us. [01:13:37.300 --> 01:13:48.300] It's always pressure and stress. People will play to their most immediate concerns. [01:13:48.300 --> 01:13:56.300] This just brought government control to a very immediate concern. [01:13:56.300 --> 01:14:04.300] For the most part, there are always going to be people who are afraid and we shouldn't be upset at that. [01:14:04.300 --> 01:14:14.300] I went to the vets and most people just stand around talking. Everybody did keep more distance than usual and that was just being polite. [01:14:14.300 --> 01:14:20.300] And one guy there had a bandana on and gloves on. [01:14:20.300 --> 01:14:29.300] But he was an older guy and he had white-headed and I took that as him being cautious. [01:14:29.300 --> 01:14:34.300] You know, I'm 70 but I'm in essentially perfect health. [01:14:34.300 --> 01:14:39.300] When I went to the VA, they asked me what meds I was on. I said, well, I'm not owning any meds. [01:14:39.300 --> 01:14:45.300] And the nurse said, what? Everybody's on meds. I said, no, I'm not owning any meds. [01:14:45.300 --> 01:14:52.300] I'm not concerned about, you know, terribly concerned about this virus. I'm in good enough shape. I don't think it would give me any great harm. [01:14:52.300 --> 01:14:57.300] But I looked at this guy and he did not look that healthy. [01:14:57.300 --> 01:15:01.300] So I didn't feel like he was overreacting. [01:15:01.300 --> 01:15:07.300] The fact that that bandana would do little good to the virus wasn't the point. [01:15:07.300 --> 01:15:15.300] He said to me, don't get too close. Don't make me have to say, don't get too close to me. [01:15:15.300 --> 01:15:23.300] With that, with those precautions he was taking, clearly he was concerned and he demonstrated that concern to me. [01:15:23.300 --> 01:15:29.300] He said that you had people tell you to back up. I had someone do that to me in Walmart. [01:15:29.300 --> 01:15:32.300] But he did it really nasty. [01:15:32.300 --> 01:15:37.300] You need to back up. And I was about six feet from him. [01:15:37.300 --> 01:15:40.300] That was an oops. [01:15:40.300 --> 01:15:46.300] I told him, you need to finish your business and get the heck out of here. [01:15:46.300 --> 01:15:50.300] And he just kind of shrumped down and finished paying and ran off. [01:15:50.300 --> 01:16:00.300] And when he did, you know, while he was doing that, I turned to the woman behind the counter because my aggressive response to him kind of scared her. [01:16:00.300 --> 01:16:07.300] She said that we may have to have a crisis, but we don't have to lose our dignity. [01:16:07.300 --> 01:16:12.300] And I turned to this guy and I said, you're still here? He's gone. [01:16:12.300 --> 01:16:19.300] And when he left, I turned to the woman and I said, I bet that guy's going to go and beat that guy out of his wife. [01:16:19.300 --> 01:16:26.300] And she got this really disturbed look on her face and she said, that's the impression I got. [01:16:26.300 --> 01:16:31.300] And everything due to the virus had to do with a small guy trying to make himself look bigger. [01:16:31.300 --> 01:16:35.300] But other than that, I have had absolutely nothing. [01:16:35.300 --> 01:16:38.300] Everybody's been absolutely polite. [01:16:38.300 --> 01:16:42.300] People are keeping more distance, but it's just about politeness. [01:16:42.300 --> 01:16:50.300] I haven't seen any kind of hysteria or any of that stuff we've been taught to be terrified of. [01:16:50.300 --> 01:17:00.300] Hang on. [01:19:35.300 --> 01:19:41.300] If I can't get everything I want, [01:19:41.300 --> 01:19:47.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:19:47.300 --> 01:19:52.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:19:52.300 --> 01:19:58.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:19:58.300 --> 01:20:05.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:20:05.300 --> 01:20:09.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:20:09.300 --> 01:20:14.300] If I can't get everything I want, [01:20:14.300 --> 01:20:22.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:20:22.300 --> 01:20:32.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:20:32.300 --> 01:20:42.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:20:42.300 --> 01:20:47.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:20:47.300 --> 01:20:53.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:20:53.300 --> 01:20:59.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:20:59.300 --> 01:21:05.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:21:05.300 --> 01:21:11.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:21:11.300 --> 01:21:39.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:21:39.300 --> 01:21:44.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:21:44.300 --> 01:21:50.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:21:50.300 --> 01:21:54.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:21:54.300 --> 01:21:59.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:21:59.300 --> 01:22:04.300] If I can't get everything I need, [01:22:04.300 --> 01:22:09.300] I'll get a range of money. [01:22:09.300 --> 01:22:14.300] Okay, we're talking to Chris in Colorado. [01:22:14.300 --> 01:22:18.300] Well, at the end of the day, I think this is going to, [01:22:18.300 --> 01:22:23.300] when it shakes out, at least the legal reform community will be [01:22:23.300 --> 01:22:27.300] in a better position and we'll wind up getting some [01:22:27.300 --> 01:22:32.300] legislative changes that at least locally will be beneficial for all of us. [01:22:32.300 --> 01:22:37.300] This is a very political moment. [01:22:37.300 --> 01:22:41.300] Okay, Chris, do you have anything else for us? [01:22:41.300 --> 01:22:45.300] Yeah, I want, that was the beginning and a lot of talk after the question. [01:22:45.300 --> 01:22:49.300] I'm so back to the request. [01:22:49.300 --> 01:22:53.300] Just to be prepared, I mean, I'm looking at many different scenarios, [01:22:53.300 --> 01:22:55.300] positive to the worst, you know, the most positive to the worst, [01:22:55.300 --> 01:22:58.300] and trying to stay somewhere in the middle. [01:22:58.300 --> 01:23:03.300] A Treaty of Information Act usually is for information after it's happened. [01:23:03.300 --> 01:23:07.300] Is there a way to use, or is there another form of that that you can use [01:23:07.300 --> 01:23:11.300] to find out plans that may be about to violate a right similar to what happened [01:23:11.300 --> 01:23:13.300] after 9-11? [01:23:13.300 --> 01:23:17.300] Is there a way to do that in a local level so we can have, you know, [01:23:17.300 --> 01:23:20.300] locally people can do it on a small level to hold their, you know, [01:23:20.300 --> 01:23:24.300] their county officials accountable when they lie and say no, [01:23:24.300 --> 01:23:29.300] or if they twist it and, you know, so people can now be a little more preemptive [01:23:29.300 --> 01:23:34.300] as opposed to cleaning up the mess after it's already been, you know, unleashed? [01:23:34.300 --> 01:23:37.300] Any recommendations for that? [01:23:37.300 --> 01:23:43.300] Sir, this is, you're drawing a line between what's happened versus what may happen, [01:23:43.300 --> 01:23:48.300] and that's not, that line doesn't exist in the law. [01:23:48.300 --> 01:23:52.300] You get to ask them anything for any records that they have. [01:23:52.300 --> 01:23:55.300] It might be records about something they're planning to do, [01:23:55.300 --> 01:24:01.300] but that's, that's still records, and you get to ask for those. [01:24:01.300 --> 01:24:03.300] Okay. [01:24:03.300 --> 01:24:10.300] But it's very difficult because if they're planning something they don't want you to know about, [01:24:10.300 --> 01:24:17.300] they will, and you ask about something that is in the works to go and call it work product, [01:24:17.300 --> 01:24:21.300] and work product is exempted. [01:24:21.300 --> 01:24:25.300] So most of you are talking about discovery, kind of a stuff? [01:24:25.300 --> 01:24:29.300] Are you talking about records requests? [01:24:29.300 --> 01:24:35.300] Well, they, you know, they're hinting right now, and I pay attention to the hints even though they're blown off. [01:24:35.300 --> 01:24:38.300] You know, they're talking about doing the cell phone thing to start tracking people. [01:24:38.300 --> 01:24:42.300] I heard they're already doing it in China. [01:24:42.300 --> 01:24:44.300] There's 5G stuff mixed in here. [01:24:44.300 --> 01:24:49.300] It's just, it's kind of confusing and complicated, but they're also talking about new national IDs. [01:24:49.300 --> 01:24:54.300] They're also talking about a mass, I mean, they're bluntly talking about a mass vaccination, [01:24:54.300 --> 01:24:57.300] and people are already at a rate over that idea. [01:24:57.300 --> 01:25:05.300] So if they're flashing the idea of it, it's usually because it's actually in print somewhere, [01:25:05.300 --> 01:25:07.300] it's in the plans. [01:25:07.300 --> 01:25:12.300] I think it's time people start asking, well, where are these plans that you're working on? [01:25:12.300 --> 01:25:16.300] Because instead of them saying it's top secret or, you know, we have no right to it, [01:25:16.300 --> 01:25:19.300] like you're saying, Brett, we do have a right to know exactly what you're planning. [01:25:19.300 --> 01:25:21.300] It's us you're planning it for. [01:25:21.300 --> 01:25:29.300] So I'm trying to figure out how, because nobody asked after 9-11 what are you planning after this, nobody suspected anything. [01:25:29.300 --> 01:25:35.300] That's how they got the Patriot Act, I assume, just kind of under the rug, you know, very quickly signed. [01:25:35.300 --> 01:25:40.300] But now people are realizing that so many rights are getting washed away. [01:25:40.300 --> 01:25:44.300] They're willing to ask, they're asking, what are you doing? [01:25:44.300 --> 01:25:50.300] And that is a very good point. [01:25:50.300 --> 01:25:52.300] I would say yes. [01:25:52.300 --> 01:26:04.300] Any plans that are not of a military nature that don't go to national, that they can't make a claim in national security over, [01:26:04.300 --> 01:26:11.300] I would say all of that's open for public inspection. [01:26:11.300 --> 01:26:17.300] I wouldn't show why it's not, but, you know, mostly I look at the politics. [01:26:17.300 --> 01:26:29.300] If they're planning some nefarious activities and they get a number of people asking questions that would point at those nefarious activities, [01:26:29.300 --> 01:26:35.300] it will certainly make them a lot more careful, even if we can't get to them. [01:26:35.300 --> 01:26:42.300] Because at the end of the day, this is done by politicians and everything's political. [01:26:42.300 --> 01:26:48.300] When you start asking questions about things they're trying to sneak in on us, [01:26:48.300 --> 01:26:55.300] then that tells them that sunlight's coming at them and the last thing they want is sunlight. [01:26:55.300 --> 01:27:05.300] So yeah, I think that's a good idea, but as to specific ways of doing that, I have no idea other than looking at the agencies [01:27:05.300 --> 01:27:12.300] and asking for all the information you can get on the agency so you can figure out how their system works. [01:27:12.300 --> 01:27:18.300] Once you figure out how the system works, then you can figure out what questions you need to ask. [01:27:18.300 --> 01:27:25.300] You know, I'm helping someone, we're talking about helping someone take on the SEC. [01:27:25.300 --> 01:27:36.300] Earlier this year and late last year I did a lot of work on figuring out how the SEC works internally. [01:27:36.300 --> 01:27:44.300] So now I know how to go after them internally, the IRS. [01:27:44.300 --> 01:27:54.300] Several years ago we took on the IRS and the first thing we did was pull out their operational manuals. [01:27:54.300 --> 01:28:03.300] Any agency that you're looking at that you're concerned about, probably the first thing you want to get is their operational manuals. [01:28:03.300 --> 01:28:08.300] It tells you all kind of cool stuff about how things go on internally. [01:28:08.300 --> 01:28:20.300] Debra and I got an IRS agent fired because we looked in the manuals and found out what the manuals told them they were supposed to do [01:28:20.300 --> 01:28:24.300] and used their manuals against them. [01:28:24.300 --> 01:28:34.300] In order to find what their plans are and what they're trying to cook up, you need to understand the internal workings of the agency. [01:28:34.300 --> 01:28:47.300] It takes a lot of work, but that's the only way I would know how to ask for the right information. [01:28:47.300 --> 01:28:49.300] Okay, I'll have to figure out what agency that might be. [01:28:49.300 --> 01:28:56.300] I'm just thinking locally on the sheriff's level because they're going to get the orders to implement a lot of this. [01:28:56.300 --> 01:29:02.300] Sheriffs always have procedural manuals. [01:29:02.300 --> 01:29:06.300] They look like the DPS has a captain's policy manual. [01:29:06.300 --> 01:29:12.300] They've all got directives and memos and you want to see all those. [01:29:12.300 --> 01:29:25.300] What comes to my mind is where's the law that would give them some, to give them the sense that they would have the authority to do some of these nefarious activities. [01:29:25.300 --> 01:29:32.300] And while you can't ask them to do legal research for you, you can ask them for records. [01:29:32.300 --> 01:29:34.300] So you ask them for records. [01:29:34.300 --> 01:29:39.300] I want to see all the emails related to the laws that give you the authority or you can ask them for. [01:29:39.300 --> 01:29:49.300] I want to see all the records in your possession that show anything that relate to the laws that give you the authority to do us and such. [01:29:49.300 --> 01:29:51.300] You ask for the records. [01:29:51.300 --> 01:29:52.300] You don't ask the question. [01:29:52.300 --> 01:29:54.300] You ask for the records. [01:29:54.300 --> 01:30:01.300] I only ask for more records than I actually want to see so that they don't know what I'm looking for. [01:30:01.300 --> 01:30:05.300] A top cybersecurity expert has a warning for America. [01:30:05.300 --> 01:30:11.300] If you build an electrical smart grid, the hackers will come and they could cause a catastrophic blackout. [01:30:11.300 --> 01:30:15.300] Under Catherine Albrecht, back with the shocking details in a moment. [01:30:15.300 --> 01:30:17.300] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:17.300 --> 01:30:21.300] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it backing. [01:30:21.300 --> 01:30:26.300] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:26.300 --> 01:30:28.300] So protect your rights. [01:30:28.300 --> 01:30:32.300] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.300 --> 01:30:34.300] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:34.300 --> 01:30:41.300] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:30:41.300 --> 01:30:45.300] Start over with StartPage. [01:30:45.300 --> 01:30:52.300] Governments love power, so it's only natural they'd want to control the power going into your home too with a smart grid. [01:30:52.300 --> 01:30:59.300] So they're installing a national network of smart meters to remotely monitor electric use for efficiency and avoid grid failure. [01:30:59.300 --> 01:31:06.300] But cybersecurity expert David Choch says not so fast if we make the national power grid controllable through the web, [01:31:06.300 --> 01:31:08.300] hackers will have a field day. [01:31:08.300 --> 01:31:14.300] Working remotely, they could tap in and black out the entire nation, leaving us vulnerable to our enemies. [01:31:14.300 --> 01:31:18.300] I've long opposed smart meters for privacy and health reasons. [01:31:18.300 --> 01:31:21.300] The catastrophic failures caused by hackers? [01:31:21.300 --> 01:31:23.300] There's nothing smart about that. [01:31:23.300 --> 01:31:30.300] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:31:30.300 --> 01:31:36.300] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [01:31:36.300 --> 01:31:38.300] The government says their fire brought it down. [01:31:38.300 --> 01:31:44.300] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:44.300 --> 01:31:46.300] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:46.300 --> 01:31:49.300] And thousands of my fellow first responders have died. [01:31:49.300 --> 01:31:50.300] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:50.300 --> 01:31:51.300] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:51.300 --> 01:31:53.300] I'm a New York City correction officer. [01:31:53.300 --> 01:31:54.300] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:54.300 --> 01:31:55.300] I'm a father who lost his son. [01:31:55.300 --> 01:31:58.300] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [01:31:58.300 --> 01:32:01.300] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [01:32:01.300 --> 01:32:08.300] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law traffic seminar. [01:32:08.300 --> 01:32:13.300] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society, and if we, the people, are ever going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. [01:32:13.300 --> 01:32:20.300] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law. [01:32:20.300 --> 01:32:26.300] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. [01:32:26.300 --> 01:32:35.300] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process is and how to hold reports to the Rule of Law. [01:33:32.300 --> 01:34:01.300] Logos Radio Network. [01:34:01.300 --> 01:34:10.300] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, and we're really stacking up on the callers. [01:34:10.300 --> 01:34:16.300] Okay. I just want to say thank you guys very much. I appreciate your time always. [01:34:16.300 --> 01:34:29.300] Okay. Thank you a lot, Chris. Okay, now we're going to go to Shane in New York. Hello, Shane. What do you have for us today? [01:34:29.300 --> 01:34:38.300] Well, I'll be real short and sweet and to the point. Did you get an opportunity to see my email this week regarding the arbitration ruling? [01:34:38.300 --> 01:34:41.300] No, I didn't see that. [01:34:41.300 --> 01:34:57.300] Okay. The attorney representing Nationstar basically wrote a two-page article to the judge, not article but a letter to the judge stating that the entire arbitration form is a complete scheme. [01:34:57.300 --> 01:35:05.300] It's like I filed a fraudulent arbitration award with the company. [01:35:05.300 --> 01:35:13.300] And that's what I sent you. I'm not sure if you're right. I'll probably keep a lot of this private, but I do have a response made up already. [01:35:13.300 --> 01:35:17.300] And I just wanted to see what you thought about that. [01:35:17.300 --> 01:35:28.300] Well, if you've listened to the show, I've had three or four people ask me today if I've went through their documentation and I have people send me 10 or 15 huge documents. [01:35:28.300 --> 01:35:31.300] Man, I don't have time to go through all of those. [01:35:31.300 --> 01:35:33.300] Yeah, no problem. [01:35:33.300 --> 01:35:47.300] It also just, you know, you get a chance on that. I'm not sure that's really that important right now, but one of the other things I wanted to mention is I see more and more masks. People are wearing more and more masks around here. [01:35:47.300 --> 01:35:54.300] I was in Walmart today and the last week it's been blossoming. I'll say 50% of the people are wearing them now. [01:35:54.300 --> 01:36:08.300] Yeah, and will New York be in hit harder? You know, we're out here in Podom, Texas, and there are three reported cases in Wise County and two of them were questionable. [01:36:08.300 --> 01:36:15.300] So everyone wants to want to see someone in the mask, but in New York, I see it as appropriate. [01:36:15.300 --> 01:36:26.300] And by wearing the mask, you know, Deborah will tell you that the mask will not be of much value to keep you from catching the virus. [01:36:26.300 --> 01:36:30.300] If you've got the virus, it'll keep you from spreading it. [01:36:30.300 --> 01:36:40.300] But the mask tells everybody else that you would prefer that they keep their distance from you without you having to tell them. [01:36:40.300 --> 01:36:51.300] So it's polite. And I suspect you've seen people with masks. Do you see that other people give them space? [01:36:51.300 --> 01:36:59.300] Yes. Yes, the grocery stores have lines, you understand, six feet behind. They have plexiglass now. [01:36:59.300 --> 01:37:07.300] The told people here now are letting you through and write your plate number down. It's going to bill you. [01:37:07.300 --> 01:37:13.300] Well, you know, in New York, he's got a lot of cases, so I see that as appropriate. [01:37:13.300 --> 01:37:26.300] And, you know, this is what we're talking about with the last caller. All these draconian methods may be necessary and they may be what gets this thing contained. [01:37:26.300 --> 01:37:36.300] Do you know how many people have died in New York so far? [01:37:36.300 --> 01:37:38.300] Shady there. [01:37:38.300 --> 01:37:40.300] I think about 200. [01:37:40.300 --> 01:37:47.300] 200. See, last year, someone just sent me statistics on the flu. [01:37:47.300 --> 01:37:53.300] 80,000 people in the United States started the flu last year. 80,000. [01:37:53.300 --> 01:37:57.300] So I'm concerned. I'm kind of conflicted. [01:37:57.300 --> 01:38:03.300] You know, I talked to Deborah and she assures me this is the real deal. [01:38:03.300 --> 01:38:16.300] So if we institute all these draconian methods and they work and we come out of this and we only lose, say, 40,000. [01:38:16.300 --> 01:38:24.300] After this is over, everybody's going to be saying, well, that was all a waste of time. Heck, we lost 80,000 with the flu. [01:38:24.300 --> 01:38:29.300] Well, we lost 40,000 with this. This was nothing. [01:38:29.300 --> 01:38:38.300] But it may be because we did what we did that kept it from being a major pandemic. [01:38:38.300 --> 01:38:48.300] So even if what we've done works six months from now, the government is going to be taking heat from it. [01:38:48.300 --> 01:38:55.300] Is that going to make it make us more vulnerable to the next time? [01:38:55.300 --> 01:39:03.300] Because I suspect that the public will come out of this peyote at the government for interfering with their life. [01:39:03.300 --> 01:39:16.300] I mean, when you've got a guy here that can't go to his kid's high school football game, that's enough for somebody to revolt against the government. [01:39:16.300 --> 01:39:22.300] I mean, that's getting out of hand. You can't go to a pizza place and get peace and beer anymore. [01:39:22.300 --> 01:39:33.300] You're going to have it delivered. This is outrageous. You've got in, above us, recreation, the public's going to be up in arms. [01:39:33.300 --> 01:39:42.300] So what do we do, Shane? Are we overreacting or underreacting? [01:39:42.300 --> 01:39:45.300] I'm at 50% right now. I don't know. [01:39:45.300 --> 01:39:48.300] Are we doing the right thing? [01:39:48.300 --> 01:39:55.300] I think we're overdoing it, but what do I know? I'm just one little stone. [01:39:55.300 --> 01:40:03.300] That's what I'm thinking. Sam, the government, how do I win in this situation? I don't think they can. [01:40:03.300 --> 01:40:11.300] And you've got to know I'm no fan of the government. But in this situation, I can't see how they can win. [01:40:11.300 --> 01:40:21.300] Randy, isn't something else that Trump is impeachment? He was found not guilty. What, a couple weeks, all this crap broke out? [01:40:21.300 --> 01:40:28.300] It seems like this guy's consistently been barred with one trial after the next. [01:40:28.300 --> 01:40:32.300] Trump's going to win. If anybody wins, Trump will win at this. [01:40:32.300 --> 01:40:46.300] We win from this. We have a legislature over here, and they debate laws and kick it back and forth and go from the house to the Senate. [01:40:46.300 --> 01:40:55.300] Eventually, they get a law pass. We've got the courts, and they kick around in court cases, but sometimes emergencies happen. [01:40:55.300 --> 01:41:03.300] Neither one of those two are geared to deal with an emergency. That's what we've got a president for. [01:41:03.300 --> 01:41:12.300] When an emergency happens, everybody looks to the president to make the decisions that need to be made. [01:41:12.300 --> 01:41:21.300] And there was a lot of question as to whether or not Trump had it in him to make the right decisions. [01:41:21.300 --> 01:41:32.300] And I don't like to take a Democrat or Republican stance, but there's a lot of question about his ability to make good decisions. [01:41:32.300 --> 01:41:43.300] Well, he asked the medical community what they needed, and he very decisively took action to give them what they needed. [01:41:43.300 --> 01:41:53.300] And in this environment, you cannot attack the president during World War II. [01:41:53.300 --> 01:41:59.300] To attack Roosevelt, no one could attack Roosevelt. He's our leader in a time of war. [01:41:59.300 --> 01:42:07.300] Trump is our leader in a time of crisis, and, you know, Biden stopped all of his political advertisements. [01:42:07.300 --> 01:42:14.300] You cannot attack the president during a time of crisis. Keep your mouth shut. [01:42:14.300 --> 01:42:19.300] Let him handle the assessor's job, and the test is, does he handle it right? [01:42:19.300 --> 01:42:23.300] And it appears as though he's handled it well. [01:42:23.300 --> 01:42:30.300] Whether all of these draconian messages were necessary or not, in my opinion, doesn't make any difference. [01:42:30.300 --> 01:42:38.300] He needed a president who would make decisions, and he made decisions without hesitation. [01:42:38.300 --> 01:42:40.300] So he will win from this. [01:42:40.300 --> 01:42:45.300] By the time we get to the election, they'll say, who is that guy, Biden? [01:42:45.300 --> 01:42:49.300] I heard something about a guy named Biden, but I don't remember. [01:42:49.300 --> 01:42:53.300] I think the Democrats will really get hammered. [01:42:53.300 --> 01:43:05.300] And I'm no fan of the Democrats, but for them, it's going to be unfair to them, because now the president gets the full limelight. [01:43:05.300 --> 01:43:09.300] And now he's the good guy, and nobody can challenge him, so now he looks good. [01:43:09.300 --> 01:43:21.300] So I think pretty well it's fixed that we will have Trump for another four years. [01:43:21.300 --> 01:43:27.300] But I'm wondering, my big concern is, what's going to happen six months from now? [01:43:27.300 --> 01:43:34.300] Where will the mindset of the people be? [01:43:34.300 --> 01:43:38.300] Got any idea? [01:43:38.300 --> 01:43:40.300] When we come back, we're about to go to our sponsors. [01:43:40.300 --> 01:43:41.300] I'm going to bring John in. [01:43:41.300 --> 01:43:47.300] John hasn't been on for a while, and I know he's going to have some input on this virus thing. [01:43:47.300 --> 01:44:00.300] Hang on, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, we'll be right back. [01:44:00.300 --> 01:44:06.300] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area of nutrition. [01:44:06.300 --> 01:44:11.300] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves, and it's time we changed all that. [01:44:11.300 --> 01:44:17.300] The primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition. [01:44:17.300 --> 01:44:25.300] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, and mutilated, young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. [01:44:25.300 --> 01:44:31.300] Logo Sweden Network gets many requests to endorse all sorts of products, most of which we reject. [01:44:31.300 --> 01:44:39.300] We have come to trust Jevity so much, we became a marketing distributor, along with Alex Jones, Ben Fuchs, and many others. [01:44:39.300 --> 01:44:47.300] When you order from LogosRadioNetwork.com, your health will improve as you help support quality radio. [01:44:47.300 --> 01:44:51.300] As you realize the benefits of Jevity, you may want to join us. [01:46:24.300 --> 01:46:49.300] The People Turn Down From The Hill [01:46:49.300 --> 01:46:56.300] The People Turn Down From The Hill [01:46:56.300 --> 01:47:05.300] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, rule of law radio, and we're talking to Shane and Shane. [01:47:05.300 --> 01:47:16.300] Since you're talking about this lawsuit, I'm going to bring in John, and I'm sure John, John don't know squat about law, [01:47:16.300 --> 01:47:21.300] but he does know some about medicine. Talk to us, John. [01:47:21.300 --> 01:47:28.300] Hi, hi, Randy. You know, we've got a very difficult time here in the country, and there's a lot of things going on. [01:47:28.300 --> 01:47:34.300] If I address everything tonight, we'd be here, you know, six hours still. [01:47:34.300 --> 01:47:47.300] And that's just in terms of medicine and strategy that the radical left is combining with the Chinese and what they're doing to this country is nothing short of treason and crimes against humanity. [01:47:47.300 --> 01:47:51.300] But I'll try to be as quick as I can. [01:47:51.300 --> 01:48:02.300] The question came up as to where you could go in the government to get a kind of a bird's-eye view of some of the things they want to roll out in the future. [01:48:02.300 --> 01:48:09.300] Well, you said it's going to be your own investigative recorder. I did that for a long time. [01:48:09.300 --> 01:48:25.300] So I can tell you, I can give you some tips. If they're not cooperating with the Freedom of Information Act, well, I guess you can file a lawsuit against them or try to incriminate them. [01:48:25.300 --> 01:48:27.300] Is that true? [01:48:27.300 --> 01:48:32.300] Say that again. You can file a lawsuit against them. I missed what you said after that. [01:48:32.300 --> 01:48:34.300] He said, or you can file criminally. [01:48:34.300 --> 01:48:35.300] Yes. [01:48:35.300 --> 01:48:39.300] Okay, yes. You can do both of those. And you should do both of those. [01:48:39.300 --> 01:48:45.300] Both at the same time because technically, one has nothing to do with the other. [01:48:45.300 --> 01:48:52.300] But realistically and politically, criminal has a whole lot to do with the civil. [01:48:52.300 --> 01:48:55.300] So it adds weight. So yes, you should do both of them. [01:48:55.300 --> 01:48:57.300] Okay, you can do that. All right, now. [01:48:57.300 --> 01:49:11.300] But just saying, well, this is what you can do, what we really need to know is how to figure out what we should ask for. [01:49:11.300 --> 01:49:14.300] Right. That makes sense. [01:49:14.300 --> 01:49:25.300] Well, from a medical standpoint, I do know a little bit about the political situation. I've been watching it back and forth in the strategy of both sides. [01:49:25.300 --> 01:49:36.300] And what it boils down to, and then I'll get right to the medical, what it boils down to is you've got Trump in the middle, you've got the Democrats on one side saying, hey, he's not reacting enough. [01:49:36.300 --> 01:49:48.300] He's a bad man. He's a bad president. But then he takes action, then they find fault with the action that he's taking. First they say he's not, and they complain, then they say he is, and then they complain. [01:49:48.300 --> 01:49:51.300] That's the whole strategy and the moron mindset. [01:49:51.300 --> 01:49:57.300] Okay, now we understand that. They're an opposing political party and they're a check and balance. [01:49:57.300 --> 01:50:08.300] Okay, without that part, without the politics side, okay, you're the president sitting here and this is not a time where you can screw with politics. [01:50:08.300 --> 01:50:13.300] You got a real emergency on your hands. What do you do? [01:50:13.300 --> 01:50:29.300] Okay, well, first of all, the answer was a shame to ask the question, what do you do when you can't get the information you're looking for? Look for it yourself because you would be very surprised at what is out there right in plain view. [01:50:29.300 --> 01:50:35.300] And the Illuminati, the way they do things, they like to do it in your state. [01:50:35.300 --> 01:50:53.300] So a lot of this information is already there. You'd have to check the website as these are just a few. The CSR, the Council on Foreign Relations, check the WHO, the World Health Organization's website, check the United Nations website, the CDC in Atlanta, [01:50:53.300 --> 01:51:07.300] the SDA, the Department of Descent, the FBI, the FCC. You become your own investigative reporter and after a while you'll be surprised at the information you can find right out in the open. [01:51:07.300 --> 01:51:14.300] And that's number one tip. Number two tip is the virus itself. [01:51:14.300 --> 01:51:28.300] From the time I was 10 years old, virus was my specialty. No, I'm not a doctor. But when you do 61 years of research, you're bound to come up with some answers. [01:51:28.300 --> 01:51:49.300] And you'll find that disease that you've got to look up, you've got to go back to the basics. What is the definition of disease? The definition of disease is a depletion or a deficit, a shortage, whatever you want to call it, [01:51:49.300 --> 01:52:06.300] of a particular vitamin or vitamin and or mineral or minerals. So you've got to, you've got to, you're supposed to be getting this vitamin, you're not getting it, and a disease result. [01:52:06.300 --> 01:52:21.300] Now, sometimes there are many things that come into play, like cancer, oxygen comes into play, environmental toxins come into play, lack of minerals come into play, the soil is deficient. [01:52:21.300 --> 01:52:25.300] Okay, come on. Six minutes. So not too many examples. [01:52:25.300 --> 01:52:41.300] Okay, those are the examples. With HIV, it was discovered by several doctors and several clinicians that to control the replication of HIV, it takes about five cents worth of selenium every day. [01:52:41.300 --> 01:52:47.300] Selenium is the answer to, and there's other things too. Of course, there's vitamin D. [01:52:47.300 --> 01:52:50.300] Okay, what about corona? [01:52:50.300 --> 01:53:02.300] Coronavirus. Because it contains a splice of the HIV, I would strongly suspect that selenium also would be... [01:53:02.300 --> 01:53:15.300] Okay, hold on, hold on, women. You stepped right across that. Are you speaking to the instant issue or all corona? [01:53:15.300 --> 01:53:17.300] No, I'm... [01:53:17.300 --> 01:53:20.300] I know the answer to this, but I need everybody else to hear it. [01:53:20.300 --> 01:53:24.300] Well, I don't... I don't... I don't follow what you're saying. I don't know what you mean. [01:53:24.300 --> 01:53:28.300] Does all coronavirus have a slice of HIV? [01:53:28.300 --> 01:53:37.300] No, no, no. No, just the manufacturing. And this, and I'm going to tell you this, people can disagree if they want to. [01:53:37.300 --> 01:53:49.300] This virus would absolutely, positively, bio-warfare. It is not possible to have the virus structured as it is and have it occur in nature. [01:53:49.300 --> 01:54:00.300] Does that necessarily make it a bio-weapon or could it have been... Could they have been designing it as a vector virus? [01:54:00.300 --> 01:54:06.300] That might have been started out that way. Your idea was very good, by the way. You should have been a doctor. [01:54:06.300 --> 01:54:11.300] But your idea was very good. It might have started out that way, but that's not the way it ended up. [01:54:11.300 --> 01:54:18.300] And it was released on purpose. No idiot in their right mind believes the story. It accidentally got out. [01:54:18.300 --> 01:54:24.300] Okay, now, the rest of it. Here comes the rest of it for coronavirus COVID-19. [01:54:24.300 --> 01:54:37.300] They have found that there is a drug, and I can't remember the name, but it's all over the Internet. And I think I can't remember if it's the CDC or who it is or Fauci. [01:54:37.300 --> 01:54:40.300] Oh, no, you don't want to use that. No, no, that's not going to do me good. [01:54:40.300 --> 01:54:56.300] What it does is this drug drives the zinc in your body into the cell, and the zinc keeps the virus from replicating. Zinc, and that's why zinc is starting to disappear off the store shelf. [01:54:56.300 --> 01:55:05.300] And what do I think the best form of zinc is? Well, it's up to grads. Zinc gluconate will last on your shelf, I guess it's for years. [01:55:05.300 --> 01:55:15.300] And then there's zinc acetate, which is in the molecule. That seems to be the most active against most coronavirus cold viruses. [01:55:15.300 --> 01:55:20.300] And so it should work very effectively with coronavirus. [01:55:20.300 --> 01:55:26.300] Okay, hold on, John. And we're going to run out of time. We've got about three minutes. [01:55:26.300 --> 01:55:41.300] When you're done here, can you put together an email with the information you want everybody to know and send it to me, and I will get it to anybody who wants to see it. [01:55:41.300 --> 01:55:44.300] Sure. All right, bottom line. [01:55:44.300 --> 01:55:58.300] All right, what's the latest to HIV? Zinc seems to be to Corona. And then there's another, there's, I'll send you the whole thing, but vitamin D is very important. [01:55:58.300 --> 01:56:11.300] Vitamin D is very important. Vitamin A, if you remember the part of the rock band, A, C, D, C, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, and then more vitamin C. [01:56:11.300 --> 01:56:24.300] That really will help to boost the immune system. And just like with A, they're counting on people to be efficient in a lot of minerals and vitamins, and we are. [01:56:24.300 --> 01:56:40.300] And they counted on that. The definition of disease is just an absence of what you should have in your body, just like vitamin A shortage causes night blindness, vitamin C shortage causes curvy, and a whole host of other things. [01:56:40.300 --> 01:56:48.300] So the lack of iodine causes goiter in the thyroid, so they put in salt, iodine. [01:56:48.300 --> 01:57:02.300] So you've got a vitamin or a mineral that's tied to the genes in the human body, and it either turns on the good genes and shuts off the bad ones, or turns on the bad ones and shuts off the good ones. [01:57:02.300 --> 01:57:16.300] So you obviously want to turn the good genes on and that's what you do with vitamins and minerals. And supplementation nowadays is necessary because the soil is hard. [01:57:16.300 --> 01:57:21.300] So I'll get off now. But I can put together something. [01:57:21.300 --> 01:57:35.300] Put me together something with all the information that specifically right now, mostly for how to protect ourselves from this coronavirus is called 19. [01:57:35.300 --> 01:57:48.300] But generally, how to condition ourselves so that we're our immune system and our health is such that we can resist these things. [01:57:48.300 --> 01:57:57.300] And I'll tell you this real quick. In countries where the selenium is low in the soil, there is a high incidence of HIV. [01:57:57.300 --> 01:58:06.300] You can see this time and time again. Just look up the soil chart and see what the current selenium is in every country. [01:58:06.300 --> 01:58:12.300] And you automatically will know ahead of time which countries have higher HIV incidence. [01:58:12.300 --> 01:58:22.300] Now, that's the way it was 10 or 20 years ago. I have to assume it's the same now unless there are other circumstances which changes. [01:58:22.300 --> 01:58:24.300] Okay, hold on. We are out of time. [01:58:24.300 --> 01:58:25.300] Okay. [01:58:25.300 --> 01:58:34.300] Thank you. Thank you, John. Thank you, Shane. This is Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain with Debra Stevens in the background.
