[00:06.800 --> 00:13.200] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019, open with Precious Metals, Gold $1,429 an ounce, [00:13.200 --> 00:21.520] Silver $16.45 an ounce, Copper $2.75 an ounce, Oil, Texas Crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent Crude [00:21.520 --> 00:29.720] $62.47 a barrel, and Crypto is an order of market cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum [00:29.720 --> 00:41.400] $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10, a Crypto Coin. [00:45.960 --> 00:52.600] In history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a time suitcase bomb, was detonated on [00:52.600 --> 00:58.200] Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing 10 and [00:58.200 --> 01:07.400] entering 40 today in history. In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill [01:07.400 --> 01:12.600] 1325, legalizing habit of taxes law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, [01:12.600 --> 01:16.920] including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges, [01:16.920 --> 01:21.400] and even refusing to file new ones, since they are stipulating that they do not have the time [01:21.400 --> 01:26.680] or the laboratory equipment to test the year for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District [01:26.680 --> 01:30.680] Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and [01:30.680 --> 01:35.400] delivery of marijuana cases because of the law. Mr. Abbott and other state officials, [01:35.400 --> 01:39.400] including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter that county district attorneys back on [01:39.400 --> 01:44.360] Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas, and that these actions demonstrate [01:44.360 --> 01:51.000] a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney [01:51.000 --> 01:57.240] in El Paso, Caima Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, [01:57.240 --> 02:02.680] will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. However, the issue [02:02.680 --> 02:07.480] was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County, [02:07.480 --> 02:11.880] who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based [02:11.880 --> 02:15.880] on its chemical makeup. It's important that if someone is charged with something, [02:15.880 --> 02:24.920] the test matches what they're charged with. A paper by Tulane University identified a five [02:24.920 --> 02:29.880] and a half inch American pocket shark. As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, [02:29.880 --> 02:35.400] the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one [02:35.400 --> 02:40.680] being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. According to the university paper, the [02:40.680 --> 02:47.400] shark secretes a lumeous fluid from a gland near its front fins, for the purposes hypothesized [02:47.400 --> 03:11.400] to lure and prey who may be drawn into the globe. This is Wolf Rody with the Lowdown for July 22, 2019. [03:17.960 --> 03:30.120] Tell me, what's she gonna do? What's she gonna do? Yeah, bad boys, bad boys, what's she gonna do? [03:30.120 --> 03:36.040] What's she gonna do when you come for you, bad boys, bad boys? What's she gonna do? What's she [03:36.040 --> 03:42.440] gonna do when you come for you? When you were eight and you had bad dreams, you go to school and learn [03:42.440 --> 03:50.120] to go with little lumes. So why are you acting like a fluffy fool? Okay, howdy, howdy. This is [03:50.120 --> 03:58.120] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Roodle Law Radio on this, the 26th day of March, 2020. [03:59.880 --> 04:03.800] And there are probably a lot of things we could talk about, but I suppose there's one we should. [04:05.400 --> 04:10.040] And that's this coronavirus. I know everybody's probably tired of hearing about it, but [04:10.040 --> 04:20.040] I think it's very important. Apparently, this is a bad, it's apparently worse than for the most [04:20.040 --> 04:28.280] part we think it is. And I'm concerned, I'm concerned with what's going on here. I know, [04:28.280 --> 04:35.560] I suspect everyone who listens to our show and is of our mindset is concerned that [04:35.560 --> 04:47.560] the entire planet has been shut down. We've heard rumors about this and speculation about [04:48.280 --> 04:52.920] intent to do this kind of thing. But for the most part, we think, well, yeah, you can't really [04:52.920 --> 05:00.760] shut down the whole planet. Well, they just did everything, every country just about. [05:00.760 --> 05:12.040] And over a cold, variation of the cold is this worse than some others, but it's not like a cholera [05:12.040 --> 05:21.000] epidemic or anthrax or something really, really horrible. It's a cold. They shut down the whole [05:21.000 --> 05:31.000] planet. What do you think is going to happen? What? What do I think will happen? Yeah, what are [05:31.000 --> 05:40.200] going to be the ramifications? Me? I don't know. I've thought about this. You know, we do this [05:40.200 --> 05:47.000] radio show and, you know, we talk about legal reform and we were concerned about big business, [05:47.000 --> 05:57.320] big pharma, using big government to help them secure their agendas. And we've always been of [05:57.320 --> 06:03.480] the opinion that, guys, that's a bad idea. You're getting in bed with a rattlesnake. [06:05.080 --> 06:08.840] And I think they just figured that out because that snake just bit them all, [06:10.760 --> 06:15.960] just walked rough shot over all of them, shut them all down, didn't care about them, [06:15.960 --> 06:20.200] didn't care about their production quotas, didn't care about their profit margin, [06:20.200 --> 06:28.200] just walked in and shut them down. Now, what I see happening is, you know, in this country, [06:29.000 --> 06:34.200] let's imagine you have a factory and you're cranking out a product and the government comes in and [06:34.200 --> 06:40.920] says, that product is not critical to this emergency. So you have to send everybody home [06:40.920 --> 06:45.880] and shut your business down because you're not producing something critical. What's the first [06:45.880 --> 06:54.440] thing you're going to ask all your advisors? How can we shift production to something that keeps us [06:54.440 --> 07:05.480] in business? That's what Elon Musk did. He's more vocal than most, but all of these large companies [07:05.480 --> 07:12.840] are in business to make money. They have infrastructure, they have people, they have a lot to maintain. [07:14.200 --> 07:23.080] And one of the things I see happening is this shift back to onshore manufacturing [07:23.080 --> 07:32.440] is going to gain momentum big time because everybody's going to shift gears. The government [07:32.440 --> 07:41.640] just allotted $2.2 trillion. There's a lot of money out there to be had. So these companies are [07:41.640 --> 07:52.600] going to shift gears and go to products that this $2 billion is allotted for. And as the [07:52.600 --> 08:03.480] quotas as the market gets filled, they'll shift back, but they'll never shift completely back. [08:03.480 --> 08:10.520] Once they shift gears, once Elon Musk shifts gears to where he's able to produce respirators, [08:11.960 --> 08:17.800] he's not going to just shut that down. He'll just move part of his manufacturing into [08:17.800 --> 08:23.640] respirators, medical equipment. A lot of the business that has been going offshore will come [08:23.640 --> 08:35.080] back onshore. And because of this crisis where we needed good services products we could not get, [08:36.760 --> 08:41.160] we will have a motivation to produce them onshore. [08:41.160 --> 08:49.720] And so the Democrats were screaming about recession, major depression, [08:50.280 --> 08:55.640] it's going to ruin the economy. Well, the Dow Jones is already on the way back up. [08:57.480 --> 09:02.200] They figured this part out. We're not going to shut down business. All you're going to do is [09:02.200 --> 09:11.880] refocus business. So I see that happening. I also see big business taking a whole different look [09:11.880 --> 09:21.160] at big government. For the first time, big government just came in and shut them all down. [09:22.680 --> 09:27.640] They didn't ask their permission. They didn't negotiate with them. They just arbitrarily and [09:27.640 --> 09:35.960] capriciously shut them down. They are not going to be happy campers. And they are not going to [09:35.960 --> 09:42.760] want this to happen to them again. The movement we've been pushing all this time, I believe, [09:42.760 --> 09:49.960] is going to gain a considerable amount of momentum after this. I did a show with Pastor [09:49.960 --> 09:59.320] Massad this morning on Trish Radio Network and he brought up something that he had talked about [09:59.320 --> 10:09.480] 10 years ago. A document from a meeting of the Rockefeller Foundation where they outlined [10:09.480 --> 10:22.040] this future. Brett, have you ever heard of the stone somebody erected in Arkansas? [10:24.200 --> 10:27.240] If you get the exact name of it, I'm sure Scott will call me shortly. [10:27.800 --> 10:37.480] Doesn't sound familiar. The Arkansas something. The phones are on. If you have a question or [10:37.480 --> 10:46.600] comment, give us a call. 512-646-1984. It's the Arkansas tablet something. [10:47.320 --> 10:53.800] Anyway, I'll think of it in a minute. But they outlined a plan, a one-world government plan, [10:53.800 --> 11:04.360] of how they intended to create a pandemic that would reduce the population to 500 million. [11:04.360 --> 11:12.840] And in this Rockefeller document, they talked about the possibility of a pandemic [11:14.360 --> 11:21.080] potentially from a Corona-type virus and talked about all of the things that it would do. [11:21.080 --> 11:32.040] And it sounded exactly like what's happening right now. It was disturbing. [11:35.160 --> 11:41.640] This is going to get, you know, for one thing's for sure, nobody's asleep at this point. [11:43.800 --> 11:49.080] You know, we keep complaining about sheeple and how they're asleep and we're trying to wake [11:49.080 --> 11:56.680] them up while they just got woke up. When you can't go get toilet paper, that's going to [11:56.680 --> 12:06.040] chap everybody's behind, pun intended. Everybody's awake right now. And the pandemic is going to [12:06.040 --> 12:14.200] turn out to be a gross overreaction. And I suspect something else is going to come out of it. [12:14.200 --> 12:24.120] The nature of the virus. We're going to find this that did not come from some snake or some [12:24.120 --> 12:29.800] bat that somebody sold in an open-air market. Horse manure. [12:29.800 --> 12:43.640] And what I understand, the virus shows signs of the age virus. There's [12:43.640 --> 12:53.320] age virus strings within this particular virus. It did not get there through natural mutation. [12:53.320 --> 13:00.760] I am concerned that this will turn out to be a virus they were working on in the coronavirus [13:00.760 --> 13:11.160] research facility in where? Luson, China. What a coincidence. What's the likelihood they were [13:11.160 --> 13:20.440] working on one of these, weaponizing it? And it got out. Someone put themselves with a needle [13:20.440 --> 13:25.640] or breathed a quantum of air they shouldn't have breathed and walked out of the building and it [13:25.640 --> 13:34.840] got out. If that turns out to be the case, China's going to have a big, big problem. A group of [13:34.840 --> 13:41.160] lawyers in Florida have already filed a $7 trillion lawsuit against China over this. [13:41.160 --> 13:51.800] So, I'm looking at the political climate six months down the road. Oh, yeah. [13:53.000 --> 14:00.520] Trump, Biden. Who's this Biden guy? By the time we get to the election, [14:00.520 --> 14:03.800] everybody's going to have forgotten who he is. [14:03.800 --> 14:12.520] You notice there are no political commercials right now. He does not dare. [14:14.520 --> 14:19.240] And with this virus taking place, this crisis happening at this time, [14:20.600 --> 14:27.720] it gives Trump the opportunity to step up in the limelight. The opportunity to step up and [14:27.720 --> 14:34.120] take control and that's exactly what he's done. Everyone's looking to him for solutions and he's [14:34.120 --> 14:38.280] offering solutions. It may be good ones, it may be bad ones, but he's offering them. So, [14:38.280 --> 14:43.560] it keeps him in the limelight. By the time we get to the election, everybody's pretty well going [14:43.560 --> 14:53.240] to have forgotten who Biden is unless half the population dies. If the coronavirus runs its [14:53.240 --> 15:03.240] course, like most all other viruses do, and settles out and eases off by the time we get [15:03.240 --> 15:10.600] to the election, Trump will get all the credit for it. Whether it happened on its own or not, [15:10.600 --> 15:15.640] Trump will get credit for it because he's the one in front of the crisis. [15:15.640 --> 15:23.080] I think part of the determining factor of whether or not this runs its course in a [15:23.960 --> 15:29.480] quick way or more explosive spread has a lot to do with whether people will [15:31.800 --> 15:36.440] keep some distance, some physical distance for each other. There's a lot of stubborn people [15:36.440 --> 15:43.320] that just keep wanting to come to the grocery store and pack in line and get right up close to [15:43.320 --> 15:50.280] each other and their confidence needs it on each other. They're really busy getting that toilet [15:50.280 --> 16:01.400] paper, I guess. I went to Walmart today and I didn't see that. It surprised me. People were [16:02.360 --> 16:09.960] pretty well keeping their distance. I didn't see anything that made me uncomfortable. [16:09.960 --> 16:18.280] I did have a guy last Sunday. I had to be at least six feet from him and he's checking out [16:18.840 --> 16:22.040] and I'm loading my stuff on the conveyor belt. He turned to me and said, [16:22.040 --> 16:27.720] you're going to have to get back. I was talking to the checkout girl. I turned to him and said, [16:27.720 --> 16:32.840] what did you say? You're going to have to get back. I said, you're going to have to shut your mouth, [16:32.840 --> 16:40.040] check out and get the hell out of here. And he did. He shrunk like a little mouse, [16:40.920 --> 16:46.040] checked out his thing and took off. And I watched him leave and the checkout girl was [16:46.040 --> 16:50.440] standing there and I said, that's the kind of guy that's going to go home and beat the hell out of [16:50.440 --> 17:03.400] his wife. And she said, yeah, I think he is. But that's about it. Hang on. We'll be right back. [19:58.840 --> 20:11.000] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rila Vila Radio. [20:12.120 --> 20:19.160] And we're going to go to Scott in Texas because I'm sure he's speaking on point. We've talked a [20:19.160 --> 20:27.240] couple of times on the phone. And Scott, before you start, are you familiar? Oh, first off, [20:27.240 --> 20:31.080] what were the Arkansas, what was that Arkansas stones? What are they called? [20:31.960 --> 20:38.840] It's not Arkansas. It's the Georgia guide stone. Georgia. Well, they're all hillbillies. [20:38.840 --> 20:46.120] Okay, the Georgia guide stones. Okay, that's why I couldn't get it right. Okay, you said that earlier [20:46.120 --> 20:55.160] today. I was like, no, it's Georgia, boys. They're all hillbillies. You've seen one hillbillies, [20:55.160 --> 21:01.240] seen them all. I should know. I'm a hillbilly. Okay, speak to what that says. [21:02.840 --> 21:08.440] Georgia guide stone was basically talking, just like you said, on a population reduction. [21:08.440 --> 21:11.160] Okay, hold on. Step back. Explain how they got there. [21:12.840 --> 21:19.320] You know, they were erected. I kind of was looking it up a little while ago, but they were erected [21:19.320 --> 21:28.440] like 20 years ago or something, and it's a donated to a park in Georgia. And these are like set up [21:28.440 --> 21:38.120] in the same semblance as, oh, what is those? Stonehenge. Stonehenge, exactly. So they're [21:38.120 --> 21:45.480] set in the same kind of idea as Stonehenge, but they're written on there with all these little [21:45.480 --> 21:51.480] guidelines on, and one of them was the population reduction. It goes into some other things that [21:51.480 --> 21:57.560] they were saying, and it's translated into like eight or 10 different languages, and it's wrote [21:57.560 --> 22:03.000] on all these stones. So basically anybody from any language can interpret what they're saying. [22:03.560 --> 22:09.240] But yeah, those things have been up for a long time, and a lot of people have been [22:09.240 --> 22:14.200] talking about those things. I mean, I heard about them like five or six years ago. I was like, [22:14.200 --> 22:21.560] why are these stones sitting up there talking about population reduction to this minimal amount? [22:21.560 --> 22:28.840] Because they're talking about wiping out like 80% of the people practically, and how they are allowed [22:28.840 --> 22:36.280] to stay up is just beyond me, and they're constantly protected. They have a perimeter around them, [22:36.280 --> 22:42.760] you know, all kinds of alarm systems. Some rich person came in there and put all that stuff in [22:42.760 --> 22:50.280] there, and they, I don't ask me why they're allowed to stay. It just seems like it just, [22:50.280 --> 22:54.440] it just smacks in the... Scott, Scott, why are they allowed to stay? [22:55.720 --> 23:04.520] I have no idea. Okay, just joking. I talked faster message this morning, and he talked about [23:04.520 --> 23:14.840] this Rockefeller group who proposed a pandemic and went into great deal about the details of the [23:14.840 --> 23:27.400] pandemic, and it was chilling because they proposed a scenario precisely like we're seeing play out [23:27.400 --> 23:38.360] right now. But then on the other hand, if there were a serious pandemic, you could expect most [23:38.360 --> 23:46.840] of these things to occur anyway. They talked about shutting down all borders, about military [23:46.840 --> 23:53.320] taking over, about people being sequestered, all the things that occur now. But then again, [23:53.320 --> 24:00.280] in a contagious pandemic, these were natural, naturally occurring requirements to contain the [24:00.280 --> 24:08.280] pandemic. But it was still very chilling to hear it from the group that was actually behind the [24:08.280 --> 24:18.280] information that was on the Hilbilly Guidestones. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Georgia Guidestones. Georgia [24:18.280 --> 24:24.680] Guidestones. I just pulled it up right here. They were erected in 1980 in Elbert County, Georgia, [24:24.680 --> 24:35.160] and it's a 10, 10 guidelines described in eight modern languages to talk about maintained humanity [24:35.160 --> 24:42.520] under 500 million people, to be in perpetual balance with nature. That's just what it pops up [24:42.520 --> 24:49.480] when you just immediately top it up. So yeah, I mean, they're talking about massive population [24:49.480 --> 24:54.760] reduction. They've been there. I don't think the people, when they probably first got there [24:54.760 --> 24:59.720] in like 1980, probably not too many people knew about it. And then once the internet kind of [24:59.720 --> 25:06.200] came online, then people started posting the stuff and then it started going kind of crazy viral. [25:06.200 --> 25:11.960] And now almost everybody knows about the Georgia Guidestones. I mean, in other countries, [25:11.960 --> 25:17.320] you'll hear them talking about Georgia Guidestones. And that's why it's creepy weird. I guarantee that. [25:20.200 --> 25:26.920] Well, this whole thing is disconcerting. But like I said, it's got everybody woke up. [25:29.320 --> 25:38.920] If this is really some kind of a preview to bigger things to come, if this is a global [25:38.920 --> 25:47.400] elite practicing for taking over the world and government, it is my belief that it was premature. [25:49.960 --> 25:58.520] It was, it was Pester Massen's concern that what this is setting us up for is everybody being [25:59.240 --> 26:05.560] immunized. If you don't get your inoculation, you can't travel, you can't leave the state, [26:05.560 --> 26:13.880] you can't leave the country, forcing everybody to submit to inoculation [26:16.520 --> 26:23.480] with the implication that the next one will be the one to terminate us. [26:27.000 --> 26:34.760] I don't think it's going that far, but it is disturbing. And it behooves us to consider the [26:34.760 --> 26:41.960] possibility, no matter how remote we may think it is, because we look at what's happening now, [26:42.520 --> 26:51.640] would you have thought six months ago that our governments could in fact shut down the entire [26:51.640 --> 26:59.480] planet? No, not at all. Not like on the scale that they're doing now. I'm talking, I'm reading [26:59.480 --> 27:07.800] comment. I went to Thailand in February for five days. When I was there, 80% of the people weren't [27:07.800 --> 27:11.640] wearing masks and most people didn't think too much about it. They said, oh yeah, there was a [27:11.640 --> 27:16.520] couple, there was three or four, I think there was like 10 cases maybe in Thailand or something, [27:16.520 --> 27:20.600] but all the people were saying, oh, well they just came from China and they're all being quarantined, [27:20.600 --> 27:27.880] everything's good to go. As of yesterday, Thailand is in a complete lockdown and they're talking about [27:27.880 --> 27:35.720] having to wait in line just to get eggs now. And I'm thinking, wow, man, I'm glad I bailed out, [27:35.720 --> 27:41.960] they're pretty quick, but when I was there then, nobody was thinking about it. They weren't worried [27:41.960 --> 27:51.320] about it. And then as soon as I got back stateside, all you heard about was COVID-19 in the car radio, [27:51.320 --> 27:59.400] on the TV, it was non-stop and it has been absolutely non-stop ever since I got back. [28:00.600 --> 28:08.040] So what's going to happen if it turns out that this was an engineered virus that got away from the [28:08.040 --> 28:20.360] Chinese research facility in Wusot? Well, you know, there's a couple of thoughts about it, [28:20.360 --> 28:28.840] but some people are saying, yeah, it was a bioengineered weapon out of Wuhan and it got away [28:28.840 --> 28:34.440] from them, they didn't know it. And then other speculation is it was released on purpose as to [28:34.440 --> 28:40.920] run a trial. And the reason that they would run a trial is because they're collecting all the data [28:40.920 --> 28:48.680] to see how people are going to react and how they were able to manipulate the media and really drive [28:48.680 --> 28:56.280] the frenzy up. So, I mean, who knows what the truth is because we all get lied to on a permanent [28:56.280 --> 29:02.840] basis. You can't trust the mainstream media on anything that they say. And so all I do is just [29:02.840 --> 29:10.120] read what other people are posting to get on the ground intel to see what they're seeing. And that's [29:10.120 --> 29:16.840] all I can do. Okay, okay, hang on. We're going to go about 45 minutes, seconds from break. [29:16.840 --> 29:23.640] When we come back on the other side, that was going to come in and talk about the virus itself [29:24.680 --> 29:31.400] and the real nature of the threat that we're facing from this virus. I'm inclined to think that [29:32.440 --> 29:39.960] if this was an intentional release, it was a horrendous mistake. If they released it on purpose, [29:39.960 --> 29:46.120] it was much worse than they would have intended because China is going to suffer severe repercussions [29:46.120 --> 29:50.840] for the virus. Hang on, Randall Kelton, Brett Fountain, rule of law radio, [29:50.840 --> 29:55.720] or call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back. [30:01.320 --> 30:06.040] Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information and you may trust them to keep it safe. [30:06.040 --> 30:10.520] But it turns out that even the most trusted companies may be unwittingly revealing your [30:10.520 --> 30:14.280] secrets. I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with details. [30:14.280 --> 30:20.840] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:20.840 --> 30:25.640] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:25.640 --> 30:31.800] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, [30:31.800 --> 30:37.000] it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, [30:37.000 --> 30:45.160] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage. Data [30:45.160 --> 30:50.120] privacy is a big deal, so nearly every company has a policy explaining how they handle your [30:50.120 --> 30:55.640] personal information. But what happens if it escapes their control? It's not an idle question. [30:55.640 --> 31:01.560] According to a recent survey, a shocking 90% of U.S. companies admit their security was breached [31:01.560 --> 31:06.840] by hackers in the last year. That's one more reason you should trust your searches to StartPage [31:06.840 --> 31:12.280] .com. Unlike other search engines, StartPage doesn't store any data on you. They've never [31:12.280 --> 31:16.760] been hacked, but even if they were, there would be nothing for criminals to see. The cupboard [31:16.760 --> 31:22.280] would be bare. Too bad other companies don't treat your data the same way. I'm Dr. Katherine [31:22.280 --> 31:25.800] Albrecht. More news and information at KatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.600 --> 31:36.520] I lost my son. My uncle. My son. On September 11th, 2000. Most people don't know that [31:36.520 --> 31:41.800] a third tower fell on September 11. World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, [31:41.800 --> 31:46.520] was not hit by a plane. Although the official explanation is that fire brought down building [31:46.520 --> 31:51.560] 7. Over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence. And believe there is [31:51.560 --> 31:57.960] more to the story. Bring justice to my son. My uncle. My nephew. My son. Go to buildingwhat.org. [31:57.960 --> 32:00.440] Why it fell. Why it matters. And what you can do. [32:00.440 --> 32:06.120] The rule of law radio is proud to offer the rule of law traffic seminar. In today's America, [32:06.120 --> 32:09.960] we live in an us against them society. If we, the people, are ever going to have a free society, [32:09.960 --> 32:14.120] then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. Among those rights are the right to [32:14.120 --> 32:17.640] travel freely from place to place. The right to act in our own private capacity, and most [32:17.640 --> 32:21.880] importantly, the right to due process of law. The traffic courts afford us the least expensive [32:21.880 --> 32:26.280] opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. Former Sheriff's [32:26.280 --> 32:30.280] Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with rule of law radio, has put together the most comprehensive [32:30.280 --> 32:34.040] teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process is and how to hold [32:34.040 --> 32:37.960] courts to the rule of law. [33:02.440 --> 33:06.440] Live free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com [33:13.640 --> 33:17.080] Yes, Mr. Office, I've just taken the line to heaven. [33:17.080 --> 33:29.080] Won't you follow the law of the land? I don't understand. The job is to put it up to service. [33:29.080 --> 33:33.080] Not to be an abuse. At this time! [33:33.080 --> 33:45.080] When you're gonna stop abuse, give up our power. When you're gonna stop abuse, give up our power. [33:45.080 --> 33:57.080] When you're gonna stop abuse, give up our power. When you're gonna stop abuse, give up our power. [33:57.080 --> 34:05.080] So please, Mr. McLaughlin, teach officers not to abuse their power. Send a request to their leaders [34:05.080 --> 34:13.080] and copy up all officers. Sell them to uphold the law. Abuse, don't abuse their power. [34:13.080 --> 34:21.080] Defeat, and defeat, and decheat, and decheat, and delight, every hour. So Mr. Officer, [34:21.080 --> 34:29.080] please stop abusing your power. You'll move me over, and tell me to silent, sir. [34:31.080 --> 34:39.080] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, ruleoflawradio, and these are historic times [34:39.080 --> 34:47.080] that we are living in, you and I. I have spent the last 30 years hearing stories of gloom, [34:47.080 --> 34:55.080] and doom, and government takeover, and everything being shut down, and the government dictating [34:55.080 --> 35:01.080] to us what we can do, where we can go, and, you know, hear all that stuff, and I hear, [35:01.080 --> 35:09.080] yeah, yeah, that's a lot of hyperbole, and a lot over exaggeration, and then I stand up and look around. [35:09.080 --> 35:21.080] And here it is. It's here right in front of us, and we want to stand up, and jump up, [35:21.080 --> 35:29.080] and down, and rail in righteous indignation, but we're kind of stuck in a quandary here. [35:29.080 --> 35:39.080] If this has been engineered, it has been crafted, well-crafted, to put us in a position to where [35:39.080 --> 35:45.080] it would be hard for us to stand up and rail against it without sounding callous, [35:45.080 --> 35:53.080] and uncaring about the nature of human beings. And we want to think, well, this is all a hoax, [35:53.080 --> 36:01.080] but then, Deborah, are you there yet? Yes, I'm here, Randy. [36:01.080 --> 36:09.080] You want to speak to the nature, what you know about the nature of this particular virus? [36:09.080 --> 36:19.080] Yes, I do. I've done significant research, reading peer-reviewed articles, publications [36:19.080 --> 36:27.080] from scientists and medical professionals, not just in this country, but all over the world, [36:27.080 --> 36:37.080] and I've looked at what's going on. I've interviewed and spoken with medical doctors [36:37.080 --> 36:47.080] and people that work in hospitals in this country and in this state to find out what is really going on. [36:47.080 --> 36:53.080] Is this a hoax? Is this as bad as they're saying? Is it worse than they're saying? [36:53.080 --> 37:01.080] I've been diligently trying to get to the bottom of what's really going on here. [37:01.080 --> 37:10.080] From what I have seen in my research, and I'm not talking about what people have told me, [37:10.080 --> 37:18.080] but according to my personal scientific research of what I've been able to pull up of other scientists [37:18.080 --> 37:27.080] peer-reviewed publications, there have been multiple labs all around the world that have [37:27.080 --> 37:35.080] sequenced out, done genome sequencing of this virus, which they have called, it's a SARS virus. [37:35.080 --> 37:49.080] They're calling it SARS-CoV-2. It's almost exactly the same as the first SARS virus that was in 2003, [37:49.080 --> 37:58.080] except for there's a few differences that some scientists are coming out and just saying it's straight up. [37:58.080 --> 38:08.080] There's no way that these type of certain areas of the sequencing could be natural mutations. [38:08.080 --> 38:15.080] I mean, there's debate amongst the scientific community as to can a virus even mutate anyway? [38:15.080 --> 38:18.080] Okay, that's a whole other topic of conversation. [38:18.080 --> 38:29.080] But regardless, it's very, very similar to the original SARS virus, except for a few differences in some certain places. [38:29.080 --> 38:40.080] We're talking almost 30,000 nucleotide acids that they have sequenced out and done the comparison of the differences. [38:40.080 --> 38:58.080] Regardless of whether it's natural or it's laboratory engineered differences, which looks pretty much like it's definitely laboratory engineered differences. [38:58.080 --> 39:00.080] The bottom line is this. [39:00.080 --> 39:19.080] It's almost exactly the same as the 2003 SARS virus, except for the communicability, okay, the transmission rate level is at least 10 times as high. [39:19.080 --> 39:21.080] This is the analogy. [39:21.080 --> 39:36.080] Someone in 2003 that may have had this SARS virus, say you're in a room in a living room at a Bible study or just with your friends sitting in a normal fashion, [39:36.080 --> 39:46.080] having a potluck or hanging out and sitting in chairs around the tables or whatever, not necessarily packed in like sardines, but just having a normal time. [39:46.080 --> 40:00.080] If somebody has it and they cough or sneeze and those particles are going to go out into a distance of a radius around you of 6 to 10 feet, okay? [40:00.080 --> 40:05.080] It's going to go all over the room, even if you try to cover your mouth, right? [40:05.080 --> 40:18.080] In that situation of the original SARS virus, it gets everywhere, it gets all over everyone, maybe one person out of the 10 would actually get infected, okay? [40:18.080 --> 40:21.080] It was a very low communicability. [40:21.080 --> 40:26.080] With this one, all 10 are going to get it, all right? [40:26.080 --> 40:37.080] Now I'm going to go to the danger level of this thing and the difference between this and regular flu, okay? [40:37.080 --> 40:45.080] For weeks and weeks, I really thought this whole thing was a complete and total hoax, all right? [40:45.080 --> 40:55.080] I was wondering in and of myself, you know, 50,000 people a year die in the United States alone from pneumonia that's caused by the flu. [40:55.080 --> 40:58.080] What is the big deal here, okay? [40:58.080 --> 41:10.080] We're talking, you look at the government statistics and there, you know, there's all these shutdowns and all this panic over what seems to be not very many deaths and infections compared to what normally would happen. [41:10.080 --> 41:17.080] I really have thought for like the last two or three months, this is a hoax. [41:17.080 --> 41:19.080] I'm telling you, this is what I thought. [41:19.080 --> 41:37.080] And so I found out what's really going on, at least from what I believe is what's really going on from my own personal research over the last week and a half and from people that I've talked to that are in the healthcare industry and some certain sources that I have in state government, okay? [41:37.080 --> 41:40.080] And I can't say any further than that. [41:40.080 --> 41:58.080] And the thing is the difference between the SARS virus and the regular flu, when you look at it with a CT scan, an X-ray scan, a chest X-ray, of how it, what it does to your lungs, okay? [41:58.080 --> 42:03.080] We're talking, this is physical evidence, you can see it on a CT scan. [42:03.080 --> 42:21.080] What happens to people? With regular flu or viral infection, regular viral infections, any kind of bacterial secondary infections, what happens is it'll take hold of like one section of your lung, okay? [42:21.080 --> 42:34.080] And then it'll just start to grow like a little patchwork and then it might spread, you know, jump to another section and it'll look kind of like maybe like a cow with a cat, okay, like little patches here and there. [42:34.080 --> 42:40.080] And the healthcare industry, the hospitals know how to deal with that. [42:40.080 --> 42:50.080] They know how to, they have the tools, they have the equipment, they have the drugs, the chemicals, they have the protocol and the procedure to deal with that kind of pneumonia, okay? [42:50.080 --> 43:14.080] For the last 30 or 40 years, the healthcare profession, the hospitals have had a situation that's been basically stable as far as the inflow and the outflow, the demand that's placed on the hospitals of seasonal flu and infections and pneumonia. [43:14.080 --> 43:22.080] They know what to expect, they have known what to expect, they have known how to deal with it. [43:22.080 --> 43:40.080] This is totally different. They don't have the tools, they don't have the equipment to deal with this particular virus because they've never had to deal with it before. [43:40.080 --> 43:45.080] It affects your entire lungs lining, not just in patches. [43:45.080 --> 43:49.080] And I know we're about to go to break and I'm going to talk about more on the other side. [43:49.080 --> 43:59.080] I don't want to be alarmist. Not everyone is at risk for this, but this is a serious issue. It's not a hoax. We'll be right back. [43:59.080 --> 44:10.080] I love logos. Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends. I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. I need my truth pick. I'd be lost without logos. [44:10.080 --> 44:13.080] And I really want to help keep this network on the air. [44:13.080 --> 44:22.080] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite and I really don't have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements. How can I help logos? [44:22.080 --> 44:29.080] Oh, I'm glad you asked. Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help logos with ordering your supplies or holiday gifts. [44:29.080 --> 44:34.080] First thing you do is clear your cookies. Now, go to LogosRadioNetwork.com. [44:34.080 --> 44:43.080] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link and Logos gets a few pesos. [44:43.080 --> 44:44.080] Do I pay extra? [44:44.080 --> 44:45.080] No. [44:45.080 --> 44:47.080] Do you have to do anything different when I order? [44:47.080 --> 44:48.080] No. [44:48.080 --> 44:49.080] Can I use my Amazon Prime? [44:49.080 --> 44:50.080] No. [44:50.080 --> 44:51.080] I mean, yes. [44:51.080 --> 44:56.080] Well, giving without doing anything or spending any money, this is perfect. Thank you so much. [47:01.080 --> 47:30.080] What's in the spotlight? [47:30.080 --> 47:43.080] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, rule of our radio, and if this sounds somewhat dire and serious, you won't hear me joking. [47:43.080 --> 47:48.080] This is dire and serious. Go ahead, Deb. [47:48.080 --> 47:53.080] Okay, thanks, Randy. Yeah, I don't want to be alarmist. I don't want to sound alarmist. [47:53.080 --> 48:04.080] So I would ask you and Brett and the listeners to hear me out a little bit because not everybody who gets this thing is going to die. [48:04.080 --> 48:13.080] Okay, there's really not a need to have that level of panic from a medical scientific perspective. [48:13.080 --> 48:32.080] If there was, I would tell you, okay, if this was so serious that anybody who caught it, if this was like a legitimate, like, 50% death rate or something, like, I would tell you. [48:32.080 --> 48:37.080] Okay, listen, we've been on the air for more than 10 years. [48:37.080 --> 48:44.080] And we've been through 9-11. We've been through all kinds of things. I'm not going to BS my listeners. I'm not going to BS you guys. [48:44.080 --> 48:53.080] This is serious, but it's not going to kill everyone. So I just want to put that out there because I don't want to whip everyone up into a panic frenzy unnecessarily. [48:53.080 --> 49:04.080] But it is serious. Going back to the CT scans, when you look at this thing and what it does to the lungs under a CT scan, [49:04.080 --> 49:13.080] it is not like something that takes hold of one little area of your lung and then maybe starts spread over time. [49:13.080 --> 49:25.080] It affects the entire lung lining, 100% of all of your epithelial cells in your respiratory system, all at the same time. [49:25.080 --> 49:34.080] Exactly like the original SARS virus in 2003. Same thing. That's what happened back then. [49:34.080 --> 49:37.080] That's why people have to be put on ventilators. [49:37.080 --> 49:48.080] That's why, see, the people that are at most risk, same as it ever was, people that are elderly, people that have compromised immune systems, [49:48.080 --> 50:01.080] people that already have autoimmune disorders, if you already have high blood pressure, diabetes, some kind of degenerative health condition. [50:01.080 --> 50:09.080] Of course, those types of people are more at risk, just like it's always been. [50:09.080 --> 50:22.080] A healthy person, their immune system can probably handle it, fend it off. You may feel a little sick for a while and your body can probably handle it, [50:22.080 --> 50:30.080] depending on your condition and also depending on your epigenetics, which is a whole different field. [50:30.080 --> 50:40.080] Some people are genetically and epigenetically more prone to certain things, and that's just science. That's not racism. [50:40.080 --> 50:47.080] Like the African epigenetics is more prone to the sickle cell anemia. [50:47.080 --> 50:57.080] There's certain aspects of all kinds of different pathogens that are going to affect certain people more than others, depending on their genetics and their epigenetics. [50:57.080 --> 51:06.080] This is not, I'm not talking about genetically inherited diseases, which that I think is a hoax. [51:06.080 --> 51:12.080] Dr. Joel Wallach has kind of proven that there's no such thing as a genetically inherited disease. [51:12.080 --> 51:19.080] But being prone to something is different. I'm not going to get into all that tonight. [51:19.080 --> 51:29.080] But the point being, most people are going – listen, most people probably have already been affected by this. [51:29.080 --> 51:36.080] And you may not even know it, because most people's immune systems are going to get over it. They're going to handle it. [51:36.080 --> 51:39.080] We're talking about questionnaire before the show. [51:39.080 --> 51:49.080] They're saying in the mainstream, and from the physicians that I have personally interviewed, that I cannot say their names on the air, [51:49.080 --> 51:58.080] and government sources in various health departments at different levels of government that I have personally interviewed, that I cannot say who they are. [51:58.080 --> 52:06.080] A reporter does not have to reveal their sources. You listeners are going to have to take my word for this, all right, [52:06.080 --> 52:13.080] because a reporter cannot reveal their sources. If I reveal my sources, I can't get any information anymore. [52:13.080 --> 52:15.080] So you're going to have to take me at my word. [52:15.080 --> 52:18.080] Now, in a court of law, they call that hearsay. I understand that. [52:18.080 --> 52:22.080] When it comes to media and reporting, y'all are going to have to accept what I say. [52:22.080 --> 52:30.080] Or, you know, you don't have to, but I'm telling you, this is what's going on. [52:30.080 --> 52:38.080] Most people are going to get over it. However, when it comes to this situation of affecting your entire long-lining, [52:38.080 --> 52:51.080] some people, and what medications people are taking already, there's so many people on so many prescription drugs that will affect your susceptibility to this. [52:51.080 --> 52:56.080] And that's why they're like, oh, 20, 30-year-olds, they're dying. [52:56.080 --> 53:02.080] Well, what were they taking? All right, number one, what's their genetics? What's their genetics? [53:02.080 --> 53:09.080] What prescriptions were they already on? What kind of lifestyle they have? Same as it ever was. [53:09.080 --> 53:16.080] The bottom line is once it takes hold of somebody who's susceptible and it affects their entire long-lining, [53:16.080 --> 53:25.080] that they can see this on a CT scan, it's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when they have to be put on a ventilator. [53:25.080 --> 53:33.080] Okay, we're talking intubation, like when they put people under anesthesia and you have a machine that breathes for you. [53:33.080 --> 53:39.080] If you don't have that, you're not going to survive. And that's the bottom line. [53:39.080 --> 53:48.080] They don't have the drugs. The medical community here in the United States does not have the drugs to combat this thing, [53:48.080 --> 53:55.080] because it's something they've never had to deal with before, ever in the medical community. [53:55.080 --> 54:02.080] This going back to the stability of the hospital system for the last 20, 30, 40 years. [54:02.080 --> 54:08.080] They've known what to expect. They know what to do. They've never had to deal with this before. [54:08.080 --> 54:18.080] They're having to experiment with old-school malaria drugs and old-school rheumatoid arthritis drugs and even interferon [54:18.080 --> 54:26.080] to shut down and suppress people's immune system responses, interferon to treat hepatitis C, [54:26.080 --> 54:31.080] because what happens early on, and this is why they're telling people now, [54:31.080 --> 54:34.080] don't take ovuprofen if you have a little tick on your throat. [54:34.080 --> 54:40.080] All right, going back to the questionnaire. Here's the bottom-line questionnaire so that people don't panic. [54:40.080 --> 54:48.080] To ask yourself if you think you have this or not, if you've got watery eyes, bloodshot eyes, [54:48.080 --> 54:56.080] a lot of runny mucus, swollen membranes, blowing your nose and sneezing a lot, [54:56.080 --> 55:04.080] and a lot of phlegm that you're coughing up, 99% you don't have it. [55:04.080 --> 55:09.080] Those are standard flu symptoms, allergies, this kind of thing. [55:09.080 --> 55:16.080] The primary distinctive symptoms is a dry cough. [55:16.080 --> 55:21.080] A dry cough with a fever and not much mucus. [55:21.080 --> 55:27.080] You might have some sneezing or a little bit of runny nose, but dry cough and fever [55:27.080 --> 55:30.080] is the primary symptoms for this. [55:30.080 --> 55:39.080] At any rate, the point being about the medical profession not having the drugs to deal with it. [55:39.080 --> 55:42.080] At the beginning, they're telling, okay, this is why they're telling people, [55:42.080 --> 55:53.080] take ibuprofen, don't take anti-inflammatories, any kind of NSAID right off the bat, [55:53.080 --> 56:02.080] because at the beginning, at the onset, you want your body's immune system to kick in [56:02.080 --> 56:09.080] with an inflammatory response to take care of this thing and deal with it. [56:09.080 --> 56:18.080] But what ends up happening is that as it takes hold and grows, [56:18.080 --> 56:21.080] the body's immune system hyperreacts. [56:21.080 --> 56:26.080] It goes into overwhelming inflammatory mode. [56:26.080 --> 56:34.080] And so it's the actual inflammatory response in the lungs that causes people to not be able to breathe. [56:34.080 --> 56:43.080] And that's why they're giving people old-school malaria drugs and old-school sometimes interferon [56:43.080 --> 56:49.080] and these rheumatoid arthritis drugs to shut down the immune system response [56:49.080 --> 56:58.080] to get your immune system to stop overreacting to this thing so that they can get people to breathe. [56:58.080 --> 57:03.080] But if you take the anti-inflammatories too early on, then your body can't deal with it. [57:03.080 --> 57:07.080] So that's kind of what's going on here. [57:07.080 --> 57:15.080] But the problem is with the rheumatoid arthritis drugs and the malaria drugs, they're very, very dangerous. [57:15.080 --> 57:25.080] To soar your liver, they can kill people within a matter of days if people have certain epigenetics [57:25.080 --> 57:33.080] or certain just basically conditions. [57:33.080 --> 57:40.080] Before the doctors put people on immune system shutting down immune system types of drugs [57:40.080 --> 57:46.080] like rheumatoid arthritis and malaria drugs or HIV drugs, it's almost all the same thing. [57:46.080 --> 57:53.080] They have to run tests, extensive blood tests on people that take three or four weeks [57:53.080 --> 57:59.080] to run these tests and get the results back before they even know [57:59.080 --> 58:05.080] is it safe to give you this drug for rheumatoid arthritis. [58:05.080 --> 58:09.080] Because if it's not, it can kill you within a matter of days. [58:09.080 --> 58:17.080] And so these are not gospel, miracle cures for this situation. [58:17.080 --> 58:27.080] They're giving these people these kinds of drugs as a last ditch effort for people that are literally within days of death. [58:27.080 --> 58:42.080] And so the medical profession right now, as of now, does not have the tools, the drugs to deal with this other than ventilators. [58:42.080 --> 58:50.080] Okay, and now they're starting to realize things like intravenous vitamin C is helping. [58:50.080 --> 58:58.080] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [58:58.080 --> 59:06.080] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the scripture. [01:00:42.080 --> 01:01:00.080] Today in History, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day Bombing, a Thai suitcase bomb, was detonated on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing 10 and injuring 40. [01:01:00.080 --> 01:01:04.080] Today in History. [01:01:04.080 --> 01:01:24.080] And recent news. Since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp into Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC. [01:01:24.080 --> 01:01:33.080] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law. [01:01:33.080 --> 01:01:47.080] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works. [01:01:47.080 --> 01:02:01.080] As well as other cities too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Kaima Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [01:02:01.080 --> 01:02:13.080] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [01:02:13.080 --> 01:02:22.080] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with. [01:02:22.080 --> 01:02:39.080] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [01:02:39.080 --> 01:02:51.080] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [01:02:51.080 --> 01:02:59.080] This is Ruth Rody with the Lowdown for July 22, 2019. [01:03:52.080 --> 01:03:58.080] Okay, we are back. [01:03:58.080 --> 01:04:04.080] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rue La Radio, and we have a special guest. [01:04:04.080 --> 01:04:16.080] Deborah is on with us tonight and if this sounds somewhat disturbing, you have to understand our perspective. [01:04:16.080 --> 01:04:21.080] We are, we do legal reform and we don't trust the system. [01:04:21.080 --> 01:04:28.080] And we look for underlying reasons for things that are going on. [01:04:28.080 --> 01:04:35.080] We watch for the government trying to perpetrate hoaxes on us. [01:04:35.080 --> 01:04:44.080] So for us to come on and say, this is not a hoax, I would hope you would take us in very seriously. Deb, you want to continue? [01:04:44.080 --> 01:04:47.080] Yes, thank you. Yes, I want people to take this seriously. [01:04:47.080 --> 01:05:06.080] I don't want to spread the panic though, but I want people to understand that there is something serious going on and it probably is a bio weapon, okay, that has been unleashed according to the population control agenda. [01:05:06.080 --> 01:05:10.080] I don't think it's going to succeed, but that's another topic. [01:05:10.080 --> 01:05:28.080] Right now I want to get in, I want to continue along the lines of my immediate spiritual burden to get certain information out to people regarding why we're having these shutdowns and these quarantines and things like this. [01:05:28.080 --> 01:05:54.080] It's because mainly I don't want to feed into the panic and the fear. People are panicking so hard right now that I have seen in the last few days, well, two, three days ago before the shutdown here in Travis County, people standing in line at the grocery store yelling at each other. [01:05:54.080 --> 01:06:04.080] People are under so much fear and panic right now, they're afraid they get this thing, they're going to die, all right, and that's really not the case, all right. [01:06:04.080 --> 01:06:29.080] The reason that we're having these quarantines and these so-called lockdowns is because the healthcare industry, the medical community does not have the equipment or the staff to deal with this situation because it's something they've never had to deal with before ever. [01:06:29.080 --> 01:06:47.080] Going back to the stability of what they would expect, of what they've always had to deal with within the last several decades, the demand on hospitals and what comes in, they've always known how to deal with it. [01:06:47.080 --> 01:07:12.080] Pneumonias, this and that from infections of whether viral bacterial. This is of completely different animal, all right. They had to deal with the SARS situation in 2003 here in this country but it did not overwhelm the hospitals as far as the demand for the equipment and the personnel [01:07:12.080 --> 01:07:23.080] because it wasn't that communicable. Going back to if somebody has it and they cough or sneeze in a room and there's 10 people in the room, one other person might get it. [01:07:23.080 --> 01:07:42.080] In this situation, everyone will get it and depending on your condition, your age, all of these things, as it stands right now, the only tool that they have to try to save people's lives is to get them on a ventilator. [01:07:42.080 --> 01:07:57.080] You should be called a respirator. That's when they intubate you and the machine breathes for you. They have to basically induce, they have to sedate you. [01:07:57.080 --> 01:08:16.080] When they do this in surgery, they have to bring in an anesthesiologist to shut down your autonomic central nervous system so that the machine will breathe for you so that your central nervous system won't fight the machine. [01:08:16.080 --> 01:08:40.080] You think they're going to have an anesthesiologist for every patient to deal with this situation? No. They don't even have the equipment. They're having to gerry-rig, if you want to say, these ventilator machines, the nurses and the staff to support four people, four patients with one machine. [01:08:40.080 --> 01:08:56.080] It's unprecedented, it's unheard of. You think this is FDA approved procedure? No. They're having to use trash bags as protective gear. The nurses, because they don't have the equipment. [01:08:56.080 --> 01:09:13.080] They're running out of face masks. They're running out of gloves. They don't have IV bags. They don't have the tubes. They don't have the ventilators. They're setting up tents in the parking lots, in the hospitals, in Texas. [01:09:13.080 --> 01:09:27.080] Here in Texas, in certain areas of Texas, I know for a fact, because I have talked to people that have told me they have witnessed this with their own eyes. I haven't seen it myself with my own eyes, but this is happening. [01:09:27.080 --> 01:09:43.080] This is not just what you see on the news. I'm telling you, this is what is happening. Why do they not have the equipment? I thought this whole thing was a hoax. How can they say you don't have the equipment? [01:09:43.080 --> 01:09:57.080] I asked these people, what are you talking about? You'll have to deal with 50,000 people a year die of the flu. What are you talking about? They're saying it's because everyone's getting it all at the same time. [01:09:57.080 --> 01:10:08.080] With the standard flu nemonias that are caused by these other infections, most of the time people don't have to be put on a ventilator. They have the drugs to deal with it. [01:10:08.080 --> 01:10:32.080] They don't have the drugs to deal with this. They don't have the equipment. It is not the job or the duty of the private healthcare industry to stockpile tens if not hundreds of thousands of ventilators in the case of an emergency catastrophic pandemic. [01:10:32.080 --> 01:10:49.080] It's not the job of your local contractor to stockpile supplies that would be needed to rebuild or deal with the situation in case of an earthquake or a hurricane. [01:10:49.080 --> 01:11:08.080] We have catastrophes and that's what FEMA is for. Ron Paul has always said, I'm not advocating big government here. Believe me, and the listeners know we are against big government. [01:11:08.080 --> 01:11:30.080] But even Ron Paul says the primary role of government is to protect life, liberty and property. The governmental organizations should have been stockpiling supplies in the event of a major respiratory pandemic catastrophe. [01:11:30.080 --> 01:11:50.080] These kinds of things take years. From start to finish, to build a latex glove according to standard manufacturing takes three or four weeks. To build a nitrile glove from start to finish takes five to six weeks. [01:11:50.080 --> 01:12:13.080] That's just the way it is. To build a ventilator under standard manufacturing techniques can take months. This is not a problem that you can solve just by throwing a bunch of money at it according to standard manufacturing methods and having to get things FDA approved and this sort of thing. [01:12:13.080 --> 01:12:28.080] Now, is there a remedy for this? Yes, I will get into that in a minute. But I'm just trying to get people to understand why there's an overwhelming demand on the healthcare system and this is not Trump's fault. [01:12:28.080 --> 01:12:44.080] Ordering his health department to stockpile this stuff the day he went into office or even a few months ago because this kind of preparation takes for a major catastrophe like this takes years. [01:12:44.080 --> 01:12:59.080] All right, listen, listen, listen. Hold on. I know you want to say something, Randy, but let me let me finish my quick. How do you prepare for something that's never happened? Okay, listen, I'm going to get into that. But back to the preparation. [01:12:59.080 --> 01:13:19.080] I don't know if the listeners remember this, but two, three years ago, there was an ammo shortage in this country. Okay, you couldn't buy bullets. There was a shortage because the freaking alphabet agencies, all the different alphabet, federal alphabet [01:13:19.080 --> 01:13:31.080] agencies were spending billions of billions of dollars buying billions and billions and billions of rounds of ammo of all different calibers. [01:13:31.080 --> 01:13:49.080] What in the ACLL do they need all that ammo for? Okay, they should have been spending that money on a stockpiling medical equipment instead of bullets. I mean, finally, the ammo manufacturers had to cut them off. [01:13:49.080 --> 01:14:03.080] Okay, finally, the ammo manufacturers had to cut off the government attempts at contracting to buy these things because they said, no, we're not going to sell you on bullets because then we can't sell you anybody else. [01:14:03.080 --> 01:14:17.080] And Randy, to answer your question, how do you prepare for something that's never happened before? Listen, this has happened before. Okay, pandemics have plagued humanity ever since the beginning of time. [01:14:17.080 --> 01:14:33.080] Whether this is a bioweapon or not, regardless, of course it is. But regardless, it's only been, listen, Randy, hear me out, I'm going to answer your question. It's only been barely 100 years ago of a Spanish flu. [01:14:33.080 --> 01:14:48.080] Alright, pandemics, you've got the black plague, you've got the mnemonic plague, you've got the bubonic plague, but pandemics and plagues have plagued humanity ever since, ever since. [01:14:48.080 --> 01:15:00.080] So there's no excuse for them not, for the government to not have prepared for this because that's the role of government to protect life, liberty and property. [01:15:00.080 --> 01:15:17.080] Me personally, it is not my duty to stockpile enough food to feed the city of Austin in case of a famine. It may be my personal duty to stockpile enough food to feed my personal family, but not the whole city. [01:15:17.080 --> 01:15:27.080] You can't expect the healthcare industry to prepare for something like this. Alright, when the 2003 SARS virus came out, who was president? Bush. [01:15:27.080 --> 01:15:42.080] When did this happen? Right after 9-11. Okay, there have been four bioweapons that have been released in the last 20 years. You had your original SARS, you had your MERS, you had your swine flu, and now this one. [01:15:42.080 --> 01:16:00.080] Who's been the president during that time? Bush and Obama. They're the ones that should have, this is their fault and the Democrats' fault, that they should, is all over the news, all over the world, should have looked at that even from the beginning and said, [01:16:00.080 --> 01:16:21.080] hmm, you know what, we have earthquakes, we have hurricanes, we have fires, we've got a FEMA agency, maybe we should start stockpiling supplies, not just emergency relief supplies like food and water in the case of earthquakes or hurricanes and whatnot, [01:16:21.080 --> 01:16:33.080] but you know, maybe we should start stockpiling some medical supplies too in case of a pandemic. They didn't, they did not and they didn't do it on purpose because of the population control agenda. [01:16:33.080 --> 01:16:47.080] Alright, and so I don't want people to blame the private healthcare industry for having a shortage of equipment here because it's not their responsibility to stockpile for something like this. [01:16:47.080 --> 01:16:59.080] Now, is there a solution? Yes, and I'm going to get into that on the other side. This is a rule of law and I'm going to talk about the legal implications as well. We'll be right back. [01:17:18.080 --> 01:17:34.080] We wish to reflect God's light and be a blessing to all those with a hearing ear. I was blindsided but now I can see your eyes. You put the fear in my pockets, took the money from my head. Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. [01:19:51.080 --> 01:20:02.080] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, LogosRadio here with our special guest, Deborah Stevens. [01:20:02.080 --> 01:20:13.080] And I'm gonna go ahead and turn the phones off. This is important enough and we have enough information. I think we'll use out the rest of the show. [01:20:13.080 --> 01:20:24.080] So I'm gonna go ahead and turn the phones off. Now we're gonna go back to Deborah. And before the break, I was mentioning there's some things you can't plan for. [01:20:24.080 --> 01:20:31.080] This thing, we don't have enough ventilators. Well, how did we know we wouldn't need all these ventilators? [01:20:31.080 --> 01:20:36.080] Deborah's gonna address that. And for me, that's quite disturbing. [01:20:36.080 --> 01:20:51.080] Okay, yes. Randy, listen. This is not a peculiar item that is in need when it comes to major, if you want to call, pandemics. [01:20:51.080 --> 01:21:13.080] Okay, it is the key. It's always been the key because when it comes to people falling ill, to viruses, bacteria, whatever the case may be, the primary cause of death is pneumonia. [01:21:13.080 --> 01:21:24.080] Okay, which is when your lung tissue has hyper inflammation, fills up with fluids, and you cannot breathe. [01:21:24.080 --> 01:21:32.080] All right. I don't care what kind of virus, what kind of infection, that is the end result. All right. [01:21:32.080 --> 01:21:46.080] And the only way that the healthcare industry has ever been able to solve that problem is with ventilators, all right, to put people on a machine that breathes for you so that you don't die. [01:21:46.080 --> 01:22:02.080] And they are able to treat people with anti-inflammatories, anti-virals, you know, antibacterials, whatever it takes to get the situation under control to get you healing and get you on your way. [01:22:02.080 --> 01:22:19.080] But the iron lung, all right, that was invented, you know, however many, you know, a couple hundred years ago. It was a major, major turning point in medicine, okay, in medical care, in human history. [01:22:19.080 --> 01:22:33.080] This is not something new that, as far as what they need to have. It's not like, oh my goodness, we need ventilators, duh, it's not like that. [01:22:33.080 --> 01:22:49.080] It's just that for the last several decades, they only needed so many in the hospitals because they knew what to expect, all right, going back to preparation. [01:22:49.080 --> 01:23:01.080] And what I'm saying is that it's, like I said, it is not my personal moral, ethical, spiritual duty to stockpile enough food to feed the city of Austin. [01:23:01.080 --> 01:23:14.080] That's not my job, okay. It may be my duty to stockpile enough food to feed my family for a few months, but not the whole city, not even my home neighborhood, okay. [01:23:14.080 --> 01:23:24.080] If you're fabulously wealthy and a philanthropist, then maybe you have that spiritual, ethical obligation. [01:23:24.080 --> 01:23:32.080] But the normal person, no. The private health hospital or your private doctor, no. [01:23:32.080 --> 01:23:37.080] People who think doctors are rich, you've got to be kidding me. [01:23:37.080 --> 01:23:47.080] Maybe some, you know, who are banking off of the plastic surgery industry and this, that, but I'm telling you, I know physicians. [01:23:47.080 --> 01:24:06.080] And by the time they finish their schooling, their residency, their internship, all their training, I know physicians that are 50 years old that are still paying off their student loans. [01:24:06.080 --> 01:24:20.080] And they're still living hand-to-mouth existence, just like all the rest of us. Going into medicine, it's a service, okay. It's a public service. [01:24:20.080 --> 01:24:31.080] It's not like being a lawyer. Those people work so hard and they don't get paid for what they've, what they're sacrificing for their entire lives, all right. [01:24:31.080 --> 01:24:37.080] It is not a private doctor's and healthcare industry's job to stockpile and prepare for something like this. [01:24:37.080 --> 01:24:45.080] That's what FEMA is for. And they didn't do it. They didn't do it on purpose. And we know this, okay. [01:24:45.080 --> 01:24:58.080] And so the need that's happening now is the need for ventilators primarily and the need for equipment, protective gear for the healthcare workers, [01:24:58.080 --> 01:25:08.080] because if they don't have the protective gear that's necessary and they catch this thing, well, then now that takes out a certain number of doctors. [01:25:08.080 --> 01:25:13.080] That takes out a certain number of nurses. Now who's going to treat the people that are ill, okay. [01:25:13.080 --> 01:25:18.080] And so what's the solution here? [01:25:18.080 --> 01:25:32.080] I've just come across some articles within the last few days that the crypto community and the 3D printing community have stepped up to the plate to solve the problem. [01:25:32.080 --> 01:25:40.080] What used to take months or weeks to manufacture, now they can do it in a matter of days. [01:25:40.080 --> 01:25:52.080] All right. All it takes is somebody that has the design for the master file, to design a master file to specs to 3D print the parts to build the ventilators. [01:25:52.080 --> 01:25:59.080] They can 3D print almost anything right now, okay. The face mask, everything. [01:25:59.080 --> 01:26:10.080] Throwing funding towards that, yes, it's a good idea, but basically what's happening here is we're about to go into the second industrial revolution, all right. [01:26:10.080 --> 01:26:15.080] We've had to cut off China. Well, they've cut us off anyway. They're the ones that started this problem. [01:26:15.080 --> 01:26:23.080] Or the globalists with their Agenda 21 population control plan implemented it through China, all right. [01:26:23.080 --> 01:26:30.080] And so it's like, you can't trust them anymore anyway as far as medical parts, all right. [01:26:30.080 --> 01:26:37.080] We have to go from zero to nothing here. And it's not a matter of we should. [01:26:37.080 --> 01:26:48.080] It's a matter of we have to start manufacturing everything ourselves again, which we haven't done it for decades because of the outsourcing and the corruption. [01:26:48.080 --> 01:26:58.080] And that's what Trump is the best person to be in office right now, to gear up the manufacturing, to bring this country back to where it should be. [01:26:58.080 --> 01:27:17.080] And so I would support the 3D printing community. I would support Greg Abbott because he's, see, the thing is, he's already had to lift regulatory, certain regulatory schemes on the healthcare profession. [01:27:17.080 --> 01:27:21.080] So that they can just do what they need to do to save lives, all right. [01:27:21.080 --> 01:27:27.080] Is it FDA approved to wear a trash bag as a nurse, as a protective gear? Of course not. [01:27:27.080 --> 01:27:35.080] Is it FDA approved or CDC approved to Jerry Rigg, a ventilator to keep four people alive on the hospital? Of course not. [01:27:35.080 --> 01:27:40.080] They're just having to do what they have to do to keep people alive. This literally is a war. [01:27:40.080 --> 01:27:46.080] It's like MASH, okay, the movie MASH, the TV show MASH. They just have to do what they have to do, all right. [01:27:46.080 --> 01:27:53.080] And so they cannot be restricted by regulatory schemes anymore, all right. [01:27:53.080 --> 01:28:10.080] And so Abbott has already lifted a lot of the regulatory restrictions on the healthcare industry, and we need to encourage him to lift more so that they can start 3D printing the parts that they need to build the equipment they need [01:28:10.080 --> 01:28:20.080] without having to go through the years of BS and red tape that it would take to get the FDA approval and this and that. [01:28:20.080 --> 01:28:26.080] Because the thing is, yeah, they can do stuff that's not FDA approved all day long. It's not a crime. [01:28:26.080 --> 01:28:34.080] But in order to get the money for it, in order for the government to pay for it, it has to be FDA approved. [01:28:34.080 --> 01:28:57.080] That's the problem. And so we need to encourage Abbott and Fankham for lifting the regulatory restrictions that he already has done and encourage him to lift more so that they can basically cut off the stranglehold of restriction and regulation that comes down from the feds. [01:28:57.080 --> 01:29:07.080] Okay. See, the Texas has its own medical board, but they're also under restrictions by the feds, by the CDC and the FDA. [01:29:07.080 --> 01:29:25.080] And the more we can encourage our executive branch, our governor's office to basically give the go ahead, the green light to the Texas Medical Board and the entire healthcare industry to just do what you need to do. [01:29:25.080 --> 01:29:36.080] The money is going to be there for the 3D printing and the this and that. Just go ahead and do what you need to do. Don't worry about the FDA approval. [01:29:36.080 --> 01:29:48.080] But that's going to have to come from the governor's office to cut those federal restrictions. And he has the authority to do that. He can do that. He already has. [01:29:48.080 --> 01:29:57.080] And so I'm trying to implement some remedies here for our listeners because we can solve this problem. We'll be right back. [01:30:18.080 --> 01:30:27.080] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:27.080 --> 01:30:35.080] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy. It's worth hanging on to. [01:30:35.080 --> 01:30:45.080] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bin. Start over with StartPage. [01:30:45.080 --> 01:30:56.080] Are you always on the go and juggling multiple projects? If so, you might think that multitasking proves you're smart. But think again, all that stress might be eating your brain. [01:30:56.080 --> 01:31:04.080] A new study, Find Stress, reduces the number of connections between neurons, which actually makes it harder for people to manage problems. [01:31:04.080 --> 01:31:16.080] Researchers at Yale University found that stressed-out people have less gray matter in their prefrontal cortex. That's the part of the brain that helps us weigh conflicting ideas and regulate our emotions. [01:31:16.080 --> 01:31:21.080] So take a deep breath and chill out. It'll help keep your mind as sharp as a tack. [01:31:21.080 --> 01:31:31.080] I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:31:31.080 --> 01:31:37.080] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [01:31:37.080 --> 01:31:44.080] The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:44.080 --> 01:31:47.080] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:47.080 --> 01:31:49.080] And thousands of my fellow first responders have died. [01:31:49.080 --> 01:31:51.080] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:51.080 --> 01:31:52.080] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:52.080 --> 01:31:53.080] I'm a New York City correctional. [01:31:53.080 --> 01:31:54.080] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:54.080 --> 01:31:56.080] I'm a father who lost his son. [01:31:56.080 --> 01:31:58.080] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [01:33:35.080 --> 01:33:39.080] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, [01:33:39.080 --> 01:33:41.080] and we're going to go back to Deb. [01:33:41.080 --> 01:33:47.080] Go ahead, Deb. [01:33:47.080 --> 01:33:49.080] Okay, Randy, thanks. [01:33:49.080 --> 01:34:04.080] Yeah, so maybe I can start to get into some of the legal issues now since we're talking about, you know, calls to action here. [01:34:04.080 --> 01:34:10.080] Abbott and Trump are probably the best two people, I mean, at least as far as State of Texas Abbott, [01:34:10.080 --> 01:34:13.080] I don't know who everyone else's governor is, [01:34:13.080 --> 01:34:20.080] but we could hope to expect to help deal with the situation. [01:34:20.080 --> 01:34:23.080] Here's how these lockdowns work. [01:34:23.080 --> 01:34:27.080] Let's get into the lockdowns for a minute and why this is happening. [01:34:27.080 --> 01:34:39.080] Okay, because like I said, I thought for a long time it was hoax that they're just using hoax as an excuse to roll out their police state, [01:34:39.080 --> 01:34:43.080] would they do that? [01:34:43.080 --> 01:34:45.080] Of course. [01:34:45.080 --> 01:34:54.080] The motto of the draconian police state is never let a good crisis go to waste, okay? [01:34:54.080 --> 01:35:02.080] They'll either create their own crisis or they'll take advantage of any crisis to roll out a police state. [01:35:02.080 --> 01:35:05.080] Of course, we know this. [01:35:05.080 --> 01:35:14.080] The measures that are being taken right now, overreaching, overbearing, overly draconian, [01:35:14.080 --> 01:35:25.080] I thought for a long time the answer to that question is yes, because this is what we've seen for 20-plus years since 9-11, right? [01:35:25.080 --> 01:35:39.080] Until I did my own research and did my own interviews and talked to my sources and physicians around the state and in the health department of our state government [01:35:39.080 --> 01:35:51.080] to find out what's really going on, and I have to say what's happening is not, at least here in Travis County, [01:35:51.080 --> 01:35:59.080] what's happening is not overbearing, it's not overreaching, it's not overly draconian, considering the situation. [01:35:59.080 --> 01:36:12.080] The reason that the lockdowns are happening is because they have to stop the exponential spread of this thing, [01:36:12.080 --> 01:36:20.080] because the health care industry does not have the staff or the equipment to deal with it, all right? [01:36:20.080 --> 01:36:30.080] They're having to conscript, for lack of a better term, undergraduate biology students from universities [01:36:30.080 --> 01:36:40.080] and undergraduate students that are pursuing a veterinary field in order to run triage, [01:36:40.080 --> 01:36:52.080] and to do basic things that have to be done to handle the influx of the patients that need emergency care, all right? [01:36:52.080 --> 01:37:05.080] This is why they have, at the county level, in some of these counties, part of these lockdown orders say that dentists and health care providers [01:37:05.080 --> 01:37:10.080] can no longer perform elective services, all right? [01:37:10.080 --> 01:37:15.080] I called BS on this when I first saw this. I'm like, you've got to be kidding me, [01:37:15.080 --> 01:37:23.080] because I knew that the reason was because they were going to want to conscript the dentists and the nurses and the doctors [01:37:23.080 --> 01:37:32.080] and the elective medical professions, the plastic surgeons and the Botox injectors and all these people, all right? [01:37:32.080 --> 01:37:38.080] I'm like, you come on. Well, you know what? The reality is, maybe so. [01:37:38.080 --> 01:37:43.080] They may need to conscript those people to handle this. [01:37:43.080 --> 01:37:54.080] They may need to hire and train people who have zero medical knowledge to do some basic things, [01:37:54.080 --> 01:37:58.080] like setting people up in a hospital bed, okay? [01:37:58.080 --> 01:38:07.080] All these people that are out of work in the performing arts and the bartenders and waitresses and waitstaffs and people like this, [01:38:07.080 --> 01:38:13.080] it's like, well, they may have a job for you pretty soon, but it ain't going to be anything that you've ever had to deal with before. [01:38:13.080 --> 01:38:17.080] But let me get back to the lockdowns and the legal aspects of this. [01:38:17.080 --> 01:38:22.080] They have to stop the exponential spread of this because it's overwhelming the system, [01:38:22.080 --> 01:38:25.080] because they literally do not have the staff and the equipment to deal with it. [01:38:25.080 --> 01:38:31.080] And what's going to happen and what's already happening, you're going to have people dying in the parking lot [01:38:31.080 --> 01:38:34.080] and dying in the waiting room waiting for respirators, okay? [01:38:34.080 --> 01:38:40.080] That's the reality. It's already happening. This is not conspiracy theory. It is already happening. [01:38:40.080 --> 01:38:44.080] So they have to stop people from coughing on each other. [01:38:44.080 --> 01:38:50.080] That's the bottom line. That's how this spreads, is from people coughing on each other. [01:38:50.080 --> 01:38:54.080] That's why all this social distancing, that's why there's the lockdown. [01:38:54.080 --> 01:39:00.080] They have to stop the exponential rate of spread of this thing if we're going to save people lives. [01:39:00.080 --> 01:39:08.080] Otherwise, you're going to end up losing a significant portion of, like, the elderly population, all right, [01:39:08.080 --> 01:39:10.080] and people that have compromised immune systems. [01:39:10.080 --> 01:39:19.080] And so concerning the legal authority for this, it's not them locking down, okay? [01:39:19.080 --> 01:39:26.080] It's not big government locking down. This comes from the county level, all right? [01:39:26.080 --> 01:39:37.080] Under the Texas government code, under the Texas administrative code, this is, this goes to section, [01:39:37.080 --> 01:39:51.080] oh, I got to pull this up, it's section 418, section 418.003, section 418 under the Texas government code [01:39:51.080 --> 01:39:59.080] regarding emergency management, all right? [01:39:59.080 --> 01:40:04.080] How it works is that you have, okay, you've got your elected sheriff. [01:40:04.080 --> 01:40:07.080] It's an elected public servant, all right? [01:40:07.080 --> 01:40:10.080] Your chief of police is appointed by your city council. [01:40:10.080 --> 01:40:12.080] Sheriffs are elected, all right? [01:40:12.080 --> 01:40:16.080] They're the head law enforcement of the county. [01:40:16.080 --> 01:40:23.080] They're directly accountable to the public, all right, to the citizenry, to the voters. [01:40:23.080 --> 01:40:27.080] You also have an elected county judge. [01:40:27.080 --> 01:40:37.080] Now, there may be other associate judges which have one elected county judge that has similar power to, as the sheriff. [01:40:37.080 --> 01:40:43.080] All right, the county judge, and I'm going to skip this last break because we're going to run out of time. [01:40:43.080 --> 01:40:53.080] The county judge under the Texas government code has the authority to appoint what's called the county health authority [01:40:53.080 --> 01:40:57.080] to deal with serious situations and public health. [01:40:57.080 --> 01:41:10.080] Now, under this government code, and under the Texas administrative code 121.021, and again, the government code 418.003, [01:41:10.080 --> 01:41:18.080] the county health authority has almost dictatorial power, okay? [01:41:18.080 --> 01:41:27.080] The county health authority in the state of Texas can order all businesses to shut down. [01:41:27.080 --> 01:41:38.080] The county health authority can order, they can control movement of humans, whether it's commercial or travel, okay, non-commercial. [01:41:38.080 --> 01:41:49.080] The county health authority can order a complete and total lockdown of the entire county all the way to the point of restricting people [01:41:49.080 --> 01:41:54.080] to not be able to come and go in and out of the county. [01:41:54.080 --> 01:42:02.080] The county health authority can order roadblocks to completely isolate the county to keep people from going in or out [01:42:02.080 --> 01:42:09.080] as long as the county health authority has the backup of the county judge. [01:42:09.080 --> 01:42:14.080] Now, that may sound shocking to some people. How could they have that much power? [01:42:14.080 --> 01:42:24.080] Can the state override this? Could the feds override this? You know what? The answer is no, okay? [01:42:24.080 --> 01:42:34.080] And not unless they could show very good reason that the county judge and the county health authority are doing things like this [01:42:34.080 --> 01:42:39.080] based on complete and total caprice or that they're being bribed or something like that. [01:42:39.080 --> 01:42:41.080] Of course, no one's above the law, all right? [01:42:41.080 --> 01:42:52.080] But as far as implementing that kind of quarantine, all the power is with the county health authority and the county judge. [01:42:52.080 --> 01:43:01.080] It's like the sheriff, all right? Can the feds, can the state override the power and authority of the sheriff? [01:43:01.080 --> 01:43:04.080] No. No, they can't. [01:43:04.080 --> 01:43:10.080] Now, does that mean each county is like an independent nation state? No, of course not, okay? [01:43:10.080 --> 01:43:15.080] They're still subject to state law too. There's checks and balances, all right? [01:43:15.080 --> 01:43:20.080] There are checks and balances. It's not like a complete and total monarchy, all right? [01:43:20.080 --> 01:43:24.080] As far as the sheriff's power and the county health authority and the county judge. [01:43:24.080 --> 01:43:28.080] But people, this is a good thing, all right? [01:43:28.080 --> 01:43:35.080] We want our local government to have that level of power. [01:43:35.080 --> 01:43:39.080] We don't want central government, all right? [01:43:39.080 --> 01:43:48.080] We don't want a situation where everyone is subject to the attorney general, okay? [01:43:48.080 --> 01:43:53.080] Or the president or the governor, okay? [01:43:53.080 --> 01:43:56.080] We want decentralized government as much as possible. [01:43:56.080 --> 01:43:59.080] I'm telling you, this is a good thing, all right? [01:43:59.080 --> 01:44:08.080] Now, when it comes to these lockdowns, it's coming from the county health authority and it's coming from the county judge, all right? [01:44:08.080 --> 01:44:12.080] And yes, the mayors are involved with it too under the Texas government code. [01:44:12.080 --> 01:44:18.080] They can be involved with this as well, similar to the county health authority, but they have to... [01:44:18.080 --> 01:44:22.080] Basically, the mayors cannot do stuff all by themselves. [01:44:22.080 --> 01:44:27.080] They're just enforcing what the county health authorities are saying. [01:44:27.080 --> 01:44:35.080] Now, is there a way to go against them with Randy's methods of filing criminal complaints? [01:44:35.080 --> 01:44:43.080] Or in this situation, it would be filing complaints with the Texas Medical Board to get their license pulled. [01:44:43.080 --> 01:44:46.080] All county health authorities have a medical license, okay? [01:44:46.080 --> 01:44:49.080] They're all allopathic MDs. [01:44:49.080 --> 01:44:51.080] Yes, you can, okay? [01:44:51.080 --> 01:44:55.080] But right now, don't. [01:44:55.080 --> 01:45:03.080] Please, I'm asking our listeners, don't at this point in time try to buck up against the county health authority or the county judge. [01:45:03.080 --> 01:45:04.080] Not now. [01:45:04.080 --> 01:45:08.080] Now, does that mean Sarah Eckhart, who's the county judge in Travis County, is not corrupt? [01:45:08.080 --> 01:45:11.080] Well, of course she is, okay? [01:45:11.080 --> 01:45:13.080] Of course, she's corrupt. [01:45:13.080 --> 01:45:18.080] It's days long and it's a bad history, all right? [01:45:18.080 --> 01:45:24.080] And even our current Travis County health authority is an interim person, all right? [01:45:24.080 --> 01:45:26.080] Does that mean he's not corrupt? [01:45:26.080 --> 01:45:28.080] Well, he may be, all right? [01:45:28.080 --> 01:45:36.080] But in this particular situation, it's going to be counterproductive to try to go against them, all right? [01:45:36.080 --> 01:45:44.080] They really aren't doing the right thing here by demanding under court order that people stay home. [01:45:44.080 --> 01:45:46.080] Just stay home, okay? [01:45:46.080 --> 01:45:51.080] People, please, just stay home as much as you can, all right? [01:45:51.080 --> 01:45:53.080] Order stuff online. [01:45:53.080 --> 01:45:57.080] If you have to go to the store to get food, it's understandable. [01:45:57.080 --> 01:46:01.080] But please, don't worry about the finances. [01:46:01.080 --> 01:46:08.080] There's already, part of these orders, they have put a moratorium on eviction proceedings, okay? [01:46:08.080 --> 01:46:16.080] Forcible detainers, they've put a moratorium on all deadlines to pay utilities, okay? [01:46:16.080 --> 01:46:18.080] Don't worry about your electric bill. [01:46:18.080 --> 01:46:20.080] Don't worry about your gas bill. [01:46:20.080 --> 01:46:23.080] Don't worry about your rents if you can't pay it. [01:46:23.080 --> 01:46:29.080] They're putting moratoriums on the banking industry from initiating foreclosures. [01:46:29.080 --> 01:46:32.080] Just chill, all right? [01:46:32.080 --> 01:46:41.080] I'm just asking everyone to just chill just for a few weeks so that the healthcare industry can get the situation under control. [01:46:41.080 --> 01:46:50.080] Because right now, they're not going to be pulling over everyone on the road to ask you where are you going and why, [01:46:50.080 --> 01:46:53.080] and are you really going to the grocery store, okay? [01:46:53.080 --> 01:47:00.080] They're not implementing that level of enforcement because they don't have the manpower, they don't have the finances. [01:47:00.080 --> 01:47:02.080] They will if they have to, though. [01:47:02.080 --> 01:47:12.080] And like in Travis County, for example, they're not prohibiting people from going in and out of the county, okay? [01:47:12.080 --> 01:47:22.080] Unless you have tested positive for this thing, or if you're in the process of being tested, or if you are a member of a household of someone who is being tested, [01:47:22.080 --> 01:47:30.080] or has tested positive, or if you show the symptoms of the dry cough, then you're not supposed to leave the county. [01:47:30.080 --> 01:47:33.080] And for good reason so that you don't spread it. [01:47:33.080 --> 01:47:39.080] They can't stop people from traveling in and out of the county and doing business out of the county. [01:47:39.080 --> 01:47:48.080] They can and they are stopping all non-essential business because they have to stop people from coughing on each other. [01:47:48.080 --> 01:47:49.080] That's the bottom line. [01:47:49.080 --> 01:47:52.080] That's what everyone, all of my sources are telling me. [01:47:52.080 --> 01:47:53.080] It all comes down to this. [01:47:53.080 --> 01:47:59.080] They have to stop people from coughing on each other in order to get this situation under control. [01:47:59.080 --> 01:48:09.080] And so I would say as far as calls to action and immediate remedies right now that we can implement the people. [01:48:09.080 --> 01:48:24.080] It may not sound, you know, stylish or flashy or, you know, whatever, but the best thing that you can do is just stay home right now. [01:48:24.080 --> 01:48:31.080] And try not to go up, don't start organizing to buck up against the county health authority and the county judge. [01:48:31.080 --> 01:48:36.080] Because what they're doing right now is not unwarranted. [01:48:36.080 --> 01:48:52.080] Other things that you can do is support however you can with letters to the governor's office to ask him to continue on this line [01:48:52.080 --> 01:49:05.080] because he's already on, of lifting restrictions, of requiring compliance or going along with federal regulations on the healthcare industry [01:49:05.080 --> 01:49:07.080] so they can do what they need to do. [01:49:07.080 --> 01:49:18.080] We need to support the 3D printing community because they're the ones that are going to be able to manufacture the equipment that's needed very quickly. [01:49:18.080 --> 01:49:33.080] And I'm going to try to draft as soon as possible a letter, a petition for the governor's office so that everyone can just sign that and be involved. [01:49:33.080 --> 01:49:40.080] But this is how the legal aspects of these things are working. [01:49:40.080 --> 01:49:43.080] Okay, this is how it works. [01:49:43.080 --> 01:49:46.080] This is how the legal authority is structured. [01:49:46.080 --> 01:49:53.080] Now, six months from now, if they're still implementing lockdowns and it seems like it's not scientifically or medically based. [01:49:53.080 --> 01:49:55.080] Okay, well then let's go up against county authority. [01:49:55.080 --> 01:49:59.080] Okay, but not now, okay? [01:49:59.080 --> 01:50:01.080] Not right now. [01:50:01.080 --> 01:50:04.080] So, I don't know. [01:50:04.080 --> 01:50:09.080] Randy, you have comments here. [01:50:09.080 --> 01:50:12.080] We're at an important time in history. [01:50:12.080 --> 01:50:15.080] These are historical events going on. [01:50:15.080 --> 01:50:20.080] And it just seems to me that there are times to fight the system. [01:50:20.080 --> 01:50:27.080] And there are times to stand up and work together for everybody's benefit. [01:50:27.080 --> 01:50:34.080] Granted, we are, we do legal reform and we don't want to get involved in big government. [01:50:34.080 --> 01:50:39.080] But we live in a country with lots of other people. [01:50:39.080 --> 01:50:47.080] And unless we're living up on a mountain somewhere where no one else has anything to do with us. [01:50:47.080 --> 01:50:54.080] Before living amongst other people, we owe a moral debt to other people. [01:50:54.080 --> 01:50:56.080] And right now we have people dying. [01:50:56.080 --> 01:51:02.080] Okay, maybe you're middle aged, perfect health and you're not at risk of dying of this. [01:51:02.080 --> 01:51:09.080] But your children, your parents, your grandparents, your neighbors, [01:51:09.080 --> 01:51:15.080] right now is not a time for us to stand up in more in righteousness. [01:51:15.080 --> 01:51:17.080] No, it's Randy. [01:51:17.080 --> 01:51:25.080] Randy, it's not because look, even if you're even if you're young or middle aged or healthy, [01:51:25.080 --> 01:51:30.080] and you get this and your body just deals with it and it gets over it. [01:51:30.080 --> 01:51:33.080] You're going to spread it to other people. [01:51:33.080 --> 01:51:40.080] And I don't want to, you know, support the notion of we have to do what's necessary for the common good. [01:51:40.080 --> 01:51:41.080] It's not like that. [01:51:41.080 --> 01:51:44.080] But do you want to see your grandparents die from this? [01:51:44.080 --> 01:51:50.080] Okay, do you want to see someone in your family who may have a health condition die from this, [01:51:50.080 --> 01:51:52.080] even if you don't? [01:51:52.080 --> 01:51:58.080] And because the health care industry doesn't have the equipment and the personnel to handle this. [01:51:58.080 --> 01:52:00.080] See, this is the reason for the lockdowns. [01:52:00.080 --> 01:52:06.080] Okay, if we can get the health care in the hospital industry, the equipment that they need, [01:52:06.080 --> 01:52:11.080] they'll list the lockdowns because they'll be able to handle the influx. [01:52:11.080 --> 01:52:20.080] Now, they probably would still have some kind of orders as far as, look, [01:52:20.080 --> 01:52:27.080] we can't just let something like this spread like wildfire just because we may happen to have a stockpile of 100,000 ventilators, [01:52:27.080 --> 01:52:30.080] which they don't anyway, there still would be something. [01:52:30.080 --> 01:52:38.080] But we have to give the health care industry time to catch up with the demand. [01:52:38.080 --> 01:52:40.080] That's the reason for the lockdowns. [01:52:40.080 --> 01:52:44.080] And so we shouldn't be trying to fight the system. [01:52:44.080 --> 01:52:45.080] Let me finish. [01:52:45.080 --> 01:52:49.080] We shouldn't be trying to fight the system over the lockdowns. [01:52:49.080 --> 01:52:54.080] We need to be supporting the health care industry because the sooner they get the supplies and the equipment they need, [01:52:54.080 --> 01:52:57.080] then the sooner the lockdowns go away. That's the bottom line. [01:52:57.080 --> 01:53:03.080] I spent time at the 91st VLB hospital in Chuai, just south of Vietnam. [01:53:03.080 --> 01:53:05.080] And everybody had their own jobs. [01:53:05.080 --> 01:53:08.080] You had cooks, you had mechanics, you had everything. [01:53:08.080 --> 01:53:15.080] But there were times when everybody dropped everything because things got tough. [01:53:15.080 --> 01:53:23.080] I was there with my brother who had been hit and the nurses came in and drugged me out to the helicopter pad [01:53:23.080 --> 01:53:25.080] and we unloaded helicopters. [01:53:25.080 --> 01:53:30.080] I drugged people out, slid them out in the blood with blood pouring out of the bottom of these helicopters. [01:53:30.080 --> 01:53:32.080] I knew nothing about that. [01:53:32.080 --> 01:53:34.080] Made no difference. [01:53:34.080 --> 01:53:40.080] It was one of those times when everybody had to step up. [01:53:40.080 --> 01:53:42.080] This is one of those times. [01:53:42.080 --> 01:53:46.080] And granted, this may be all a grand conspiracy. [01:53:46.080 --> 01:53:50.080] This may all have been engineered and organized. [01:53:50.080 --> 01:53:52.080] Well, maybe it has. [01:53:52.080 --> 01:53:59.080] And after we get through this crisis period, we can beat the hell out of all of them if that's the case. [01:53:59.080 --> 01:54:02.080] But this is not the time. [01:54:02.080 --> 01:54:04.080] Now is the time to stand again. [01:54:04.080 --> 01:54:13.080] We have to support the healthcare community because the local county governments actually really are doing what they should be doing right now. [01:54:13.080 --> 01:54:16.080] And Abbott is actually doing what he should be doing right now. [01:54:16.080 --> 01:54:19.080] He's not locking down the whole state, okay? [01:54:19.080 --> 01:54:23.080] He said that this state has 269 counties. [01:54:23.080 --> 01:54:28.080] 220 of them have reported zero infections, all right? [01:54:28.080 --> 01:54:32.080] He's not locking down the state, okay, as the governor. [01:54:32.080 --> 01:54:35.080] It's coming from individual counties. [01:54:35.080 --> 01:54:48.080] And so we have to support the governor as far as his line of lifting the restrictions because if the healthcare industry does not have to go along, [01:54:48.080 --> 01:54:56.080] with the compliance of the FDA being compliant to the FDA and the CDC, [01:54:56.080 --> 01:55:02.080] then they will have more autonomy to make decisions and do what they need to do [01:55:02.080 --> 01:55:08.080] without having to be worried about they're going to get sued or thrown in jail or lose their licenses [01:55:08.080 --> 01:55:12.080] because the FDA says this or that or the CDC says this or that, okay? [01:55:12.080 --> 01:55:14.080] So we need to support that line. [01:55:14.080 --> 01:55:20.080] And listen, this is an opportunity. [01:55:20.080 --> 01:55:23.080] I know some people may call it collateral damage. [01:55:23.080 --> 01:55:25.080] We don't want people to die. [01:55:25.080 --> 01:55:35.080] But this is a turning point in our history where as a country, we can start taking care of ourselves again, all right? [01:55:35.080 --> 01:55:42.080] We can start hitting on all four cylinders again like they say back in the 50s and the 60s when we had all the manufacturing [01:55:42.080 --> 01:55:47.080] and Detroit Chrome Magnon and people took pride in their work, okay? [01:55:47.080 --> 01:55:52.080] The cars that were built in those days had style, man, okay? [01:55:52.080 --> 01:55:58.080] The lines, the curves, I mean, it wasn't just good performing cars. [01:55:58.080 --> 01:56:00.080] There was style. [01:56:00.080 --> 01:56:02.080] You look around at cars nowadays, there's no style. [01:56:02.080 --> 01:56:03.080] Everything looks so generic. [01:56:03.080 --> 01:56:04.080] It's horrible. [01:56:04.080 --> 01:56:07.080] And the colors and everything, okay? [01:56:07.080 --> 01:56:11.080] The clothes that were manufactured, the shoes, the hats, the bells, okay? [01:56:11.080 --> 01:56:17.080] And I'm not talking flamboyant, like, you know, overly gaudy. [01:56:17.080 --> 01:56:22.080] But people took pride in their work and did a good job. [01:56:22.080 --> 01:56:24.080] And they had style. [01:56:24.080 --> 01:56:28.080] And that's what's going to come here again, all right? [01:56:28.080 --> 01:56:29.080] People want to work. [01:56:29.080 --> 01:56:30.080] People want to be productive. [01:56:30.080 --> 01:56:32.080] And we have to have producers in this society. [01:56:32.080 --> 01:56:34.080] That was one last thing I wanted to say. [01:56:34.080 --> 01:56:36.080] We are in the serfdom right now. [01:56:36.080 --> 01:56:41.080] Serfdom means our entire economy is based on the service industry. [01:56:41.080 --> 01:56:47.080] We're never going to be prosperous as a society when everyone is mowing each other's lawns [01:56:47.080 --> 01:56:52.080] and doing each other's laundry and waiting on each other's tables [01:56:52.080 --> 01:56:55.080] and serving each other's drinks, okay? [01:56:55.080 --> 01:56:59.080] Doing things to serve each other, repairing each other's this and that. [01:56:59.080 --> 01:57:02.080] That is serfdom, okay? [01:57:02.080 --> 01:57:09.080] You can never prosper and become, you know, attain and grow to the next level [01:57:09.080 --> 01:57:14.080] if everyone is just serving each other's mundane needs and wants. [01:57:14.080 --> 01:57:16.080] There have to be producers. [01:57:16.080 --> 01:57:23.080] There has to be somebody that makes the textiles in order for you to have a dry cleaner to dry cleaner each other's clothes, okay? [01:57:23.080 --> 01:57:26.080] Somebody has to build the lawn mowers in order for people to mow each other's lawns. [01:57:26.080 --> 01:57:29.080] There has to be producers. [01:57:29.080 --> 01:57:31.080] And it cannot be outsourced anymore. [01:57:31.080 --> 01:57:36.080] It cannot. It's not an option anymore, okay? [01:57:36.080 --> 01:57:40.080] For medical equipment, for drugs, it's not an option. [01:57:40.080 --> 01:57:44.080] And so I think in the end it's going to be a good thing. [01:57:44.080 --> 01:57:46.080] Everyone can step up to the plate. [01:57:46.080 --> 01:57:51.080] You may end up having to take a job you've never considered before or have no training before. [01:57:51.080 --> 01:57:58.080] But right now let's just support the medical industry and I will draft a petition to the governor's office [01:57:58.080 --> 01:58:05.080] and some other things so that everyone isn't trying to figure out and write their own individual letters [01:58:05.080 --> 01:58:07.080] or go bang on the governor's door. [01:58:07.080 --> 01:58:09.080] We don't really need to do that. [01:58:09.080 --> 01:58:11.080] But we're going to be okay, all right? [01:58:11.080 --> 01:58:14.080] The best thing that everyone can do right now is just stay home. Please. [01:58:14.080 --> 01:58:17.080] This is a great opportunity for all of us. [01:58:17.080 --> 01:58:27.080] There's nothing more fulfilling than standing up, doing something hard, doing it for the right reasons. [01:58:27.080 --> 01:58:32.080] And in this case, if we all stand together and help one another, [01:58:32.080 --> 01:58:36.080] forget about all the conspiracies for the time being. [01:58:36.080 --> 01:58:39.080] Let's fix this problem once it's over. [01:58:39.080 --> 01:58:40.080] Oh, heads are going to roll. [01:58:40.080 --> 01:58:45.080] I can tell you right now heads are going to roll at the CDC because they facilitated this. [01:58:45.080 --> 01:58:49.080] They could have stopped this at the beginning and they didn't and heads are going to roll.
