[00:11.840 --> 00:19.920] an ounce, silver, $16.45 an ounce, copper, $2.75 an ounce, oil, Texas crude, $55.63 a [00:19.920 --> 00:25.720] barrel, Brent crude, $62.47 a barrel, and crypto is in order of market cap, Bitcoin [00:25.720 --> 00:37.760] Core, $10,566.52, Ethereum, $227.26, XRP Ripple, $0.33, Litecoin, $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash [00:37.760 --> 00:45.800] is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [00:45.800 --> 00:52.240] Today in history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a timed suitcase bomb, was detonated [00:52.240 --> 00:57.560] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day parade, killing [00:57.560 --> 00:59.560] 10 and injuring 40. [00:59.560 --> 01:04.560] Today in history. [01:04.560 --> 01:09.200] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325, legalizing hemp in [01:09.200 --> 01:13.760] a Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, [01:13.760 --> 01:17.840] and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file [01:17.840 --> 01:22.520] new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment [01:22.520 --> 01:24.600] to test the herb for THC. [01:24.600 --> 01:28.240] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that [01:28.240 --> 01:32.720] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:32.720 --> 01:33.720] law. [01:33.720 --> 01:37.400] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:37.400 --> 01:41.880] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:41.880 --> 01:48.040] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works. [01:48.040 --> 01:54.360] As well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Jaime Esparza, a Democrat, [01:54.360 --> 01:58.760] who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the [01:58.760 --> 02:01.480] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [02:01.480 --> 02:06.520] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [02:06.520 --> 02:10.560] in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes [02:10.560 --> 02:13.280] something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [02:13.280 --> 02:17.160] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're [02:17.160 --> 02:22.400] charged with. [02:22.400 --> 02:27.720] A paper by Tulane University identified a 5.5-inch American pocket shark as the first [02:27.720 --> 02:33.400] of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured [02:33.400 --> 02:39.080] or recorded, with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [02:39.080 --> 02:43.600] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [02:43.600 --> 02:45.440] its front fins. [02:45.440 --> 02:50.720] For the purpose, it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [02:50.720 --> 03:11.440] This is Brooke Rode with your lowdown for July 22, 2019. [03:11.440 --> 03:24.520] Thank you. [03:24.520 --> 03:32.520] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:32.520 --> 03:37.520] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:37.520 --> 03:43.520] When you were eight and you had bad dreams You'd go to school and learn the golden rule [03:43.520 --> 03:48.520] So why are you acting like a bloody fool If you get hot then you must get cool [03:48.520 --> 03:55.520] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:55.520 --> 04:00.520] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:00.520 --> 04:03.520] You truck it on that rung You chuck it on this rung [04:03.520 --> 04:05.520] You truck it on your mother And you truck it on your father [04:05.520 --> 04:08.520] You truck it on your brother And you chuck it on your sister [04:08.520 --> 04:11.520] You truck it on that one And you truck it on me [04:11.520 --> 04:16.520] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [04:16.520 --> 04:31.880] Okay, howdy, howdy, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Deb won't be on tonight, Rule By Radio, and [04:31.880 --> 04:38.360] our call-in numbers, 512-646-1984, and I'm getting everything twisted around and backwards. [04:38.360 --> 04:49.440] It is, what is it, it's Thursday, the 8th day of August, 8th and the 8th, 2019. [04:49.440 --> 04:54.840] I'll get this all together in a minute, we had a little struggle, we're having some issues [04:54.840 --> 05:00.720] tonight, actually I'm having some issues, I'm having some internet issues, so there [05:00.720 --> 05:07.000] might be some latency, there might not, that means when you stop talking, there may be [05:07.000 --> 05:14.320] a little because I seem to be running a couple of seconds behind you, so when you stop talking, [05:14.320 --> 05:19.200] it's a couple of seconds before I hear it all, so if I'm a little slow responding, be [05:19.200 --> 05:21.880] patient with me. [05:21.880 --> 05:29.480] Okay, I think I'm getting it together, I have too many pages, I've been researching all [05:29.480 --> 05:30.480] day. [05:30.480 --> 05:36.800] Okay, Brett, I didn't have time to ask before the show started, did you have something you [05:36.800 --> 05:39.400] wanted to start with? [05:39.400 --> 05:45.920] Nothing particular on my mind right now, I've been dealing with the Wood County people over [05:45.920 --> 05:53.320] there and, well I tell you what, when I went to the Attorney General, they seemed to get [05:53.320 --> 05:57.000] real cooperative all of a sudden. [05:57.000 --> 05:59.480] They seemed, Wood County? [05:59.480 --> 06:00.480] They sure did. [06:00.480 --> 06:07.160] Okay, that's right, too many pronouns, so you think, what did you do with the Attorney [06:07.160 --> 06:08.160] General? [06:08.160 --> 06:16.960] Well, I just, it was a little tattletale, the Attorney General is specified in Government [06:16.960 --> 06:29.000] Code 552 as the one who would, you report to the Attorney General. [06:29.000 --> 06:35.560] For those of you who didn't get 552 reference, that's the Open Government Act. [06:35.560 --> 06:41.440] You report to the Attorney General if the person who is, you expect to have certain [06:41.440 --> 06:47.400] records, any kind of government agency at all, if you expect them to have certain records [06:47.400 --> 06:51.800] and you reach out to them and say, hey, I'd like to see these records, you're my public [06:51.800 --> 06:57.240] servants and I'm interested in seeing such and such, and if they don't get back to you [06:57.240 --> 07:05.080] within 10 business days, giving you either what you asked for or telling you that they [07:05.080 --> 07:10.480] don't have it or sending you or referring the matter to the Attorney General, well then [07:10.480 --> 07:15.120] you can reach out to the Attorney General, it's called official misconduct, and the Attorney [07:15.120 --> 07:19.200] General will talk to them about it. [07:19.200 --> 07:24.000] Yes, 552.353 if I remember right. [07:24.000 --> 07:25.000] Yes. [07:25.000 --> 07:33.680] And that's important because, you know, when you have problems getting public records, [07:33.680 --> 07:39.080] they say, well, if you're not happy, you can file suit. [07:39.080 --> 07:45.480] Well, no, the Open Government Act is not a civil statute. [07:45.480 --> 07:49.400] The Open Government Act is a criminal statute. [07:49.400 --> 07:56.480] A violation of the act is designated official misconduct, and it is a Class A misdemeanor [07:56.480 --> 08:00.040] in the state of Texas. [08:00.040 --> 08:04.640] So that's my story and I'm sticking to it. [08:04.640 --> 08:10.080] First they were telling me that I'm not allowed to have certain records and telling me, no, [08:10.080 --> 08:11.080] you can't get that. [08:11.080 --> 08:13.800] No, no, no, that's not allowed. [08:13.800 --> 08:17.560] That's a violation. [08:17.560 --> 08:23.680] I reached out to the Attorney General and just painted the picture of what's going on, [08:23.680 --> 08:30.320] you know, a simple one page document to loop in the Attorney General. [08:30.320 --> 08:31.560] And it didn't take long. [08:31.560 --> 08:35.040] They were apologizing to me and sending me everything. [08:35.040 --> 08:38.460] I've never seen somebody send me so many things. [08:38.460 --> 08:44.300] They were so helpful and they've got all of these officers names and people I didn't even [08:44.300 --> 08:45.300] ask for. [08:45.300 --> 08:48.840] They just dumped a bunch of records at me. [08:48.840 --> 08:53.640] I think somebody got somebody's attention. [08:53.640 --> 08:54.640] Yes. [08:54.640 --> 08:58.000] Well, you know, this is an unlawful arrest. [08:58.000 --> 09:03.160] For everybody listening, we talk about the politics. [09:03.160 --> 09:05.200] That's the politics. [09:05.200 --> 09:07.360] They didn't pay any attention to Brett's wife. [09:07.360 --> 09:11.280] Matter of fact, they were pretty abrasive with her. [09:11.280 --> 09:14.200] They didn't pay any attention to Brett. [09:14.200 --> 09:20.960] But when they had to answer to somebody higher up, calling down to them, wanting to know [09:20.960 --> 09:29.280] why this person higher up is having to deal with this individual, that's why I tell everybody, [09:29.280 --> 09:36.680] you start out at the bottom as quickly as you can, get up as high as you can, when Brett [09:36.680 --> 09:42.680] starts beating up the Attorney General for what these guys are doing, the Attorney General [09:42.680 --> 09:45.960] is not going to be a happy camper. [09:45.960 --> 09:48.520] OK, go ahead. [09:48.520 --> 09:52.320] I'll shut up now. [09:52.320 --> 09:53.720] That was some good news about that. [09:53.720 --> 09:56.440] They started sending me, they sent me 10 DVDs, Randy. [09:56.440 --> 09:59.600] Have you ever seen somebody give you that much? [09:59.600 --> 10:01.240] I asked for it. [10:01.240 --> 10:02.240] DVDs? [10:02.240 --> 10:03.240] Yes. [10:03.240 --> 10:10.280] I asked for the video that any video from the courthouse security, from all the officers [10:10.280 --> 10:16.640] body cams and the, because they were all kind of swarmed around me there while I came. [10:16.640 --> 10:22.480] I was standing in the courthouse handwriting a motion and they came to me in the hallway [10:22.480 --> 10:29.160] and put cuffs on me and started dragging me around and treating me bad, badly. [10:29.160 --> 10:35.340] Well, they've all got their little body cams running and there's cameras in the ceiling. [10:35.340 --> 10:38.040] So I asked for all of that. [10:38.040 --> 10:41.480] And now I've got a stack that I don't know, it's going to take me two movie nights to [10:41.480 --> 10:45.440] get through it. [10:45.440 --> 10:47.960] We need to start collecting these. [10:47.960 --> 10:52.720] Let me tell you what I'm doing right now. [10:52.720 --> 10:58.320] I have a guy who's helping me with the project. [10:58.320 --> 11:03.100] He's my database guy, but his name is Laundry Holmes. [11:03.100 --> 11:11.760] He got woke up about four years ago after he retired and spent four years digging in [11:11.760 --> 11:14.040] to all this going on. [11:14.040 --> 11:18.480] And he was telling me about these guys doing first amendment audits. [11:18.480 --> 11:23.400] You ever heard of those Brett? [11:23.400 --> 11:29.320] He sent me a spreadsheet with a thousand guys on it. [11:29.320 --> 11:40.280] They've got YouTube addresses or YouTube locations where they go out and do first amendment audits. [11:40.280 --> 11:49.920] So they go out and videotape a military installation or they videotape an airport or they videotape [11:49.920 --> 11:52.120] the federal courthouse. [11:52.120 --> 11:59.840] And the cops come out, oh, you can't do this, blah, blah, blah. [11:59.840 --> 12:02.880] They're really good at provoking them. [12:02.880 --> 12:12.840] These guys scare me, screaming, ranting, raving at these cops. [12:12.840 --> 12:23.560] The best one I ever saw, this is a guy from Houston, he goes out there and he's videotaping [12:23.560 --> 12:30.520] this gas plant and the cop and him both were excellent. [12:30.520 --> 12:35.280] This security guy comes across and he says, can I help you? [12:35.280 --> 12:40.560] And the guy says, nothing. [12:40.560 --> 12:42.080] Is there something I can do for you? [12:42.080 --> 12:44.560] He says, nothing. [12:44.560 --> 12:46.400] And it kind of got to be a game. [12:46.400 --> 12:50.800] The guy said, well, that's a nice camera you got, where'd you get that? [12:50.800 --> 12:55.120] For 20 minutes. [12:55.120 --> 13:00.360] And the guy never lost his cool, he never got aggressive, and the guy does not make [13:00.360 --> 13:03.160] a sound. [13:03.160 --> 13:06.000] He says, nothing, doesn't respond in any way. [13:06.000 --> 13:12.480] And then two more cops come up, two real cops come up. [13:12.480 --> 13:15.120] He don't respond to them either. [13:15.120 --> 13:18.240] The cop says, can you talk? [13:18.240 --> 13:22.440] And apparently he's not, you can't see his face, but apparently he's not making any facial [13:22.440 --> 13:23.440] expressions. [13:23.440 --> 13:24.440] Nothing. [13:24.440 --> 13:28.960] Do you speak English? [13:28.960 --> 13:29.960] Are you deaf? [13:29.960 --> 13:30.960] Nothing. [13:30.960 --> 13:36.560] And finally, they just leave. [13:36.560 --> 13:37.560] It was glorious. [13:37.560 --> 13:43.160] And I'm watching this scene and I have done that. [13:43.160 --> 13:50.280] You know, I've scooted around, just played around a couple of times, I was exercising [13:50.280 --> 13:53.720] my right to remain silent. [13:53.720 --> 13:59.200] That is really, really hard. [13:59.200 --> 14:04.400] These cops are really good at provoking people. [14:04.400 --> 14:14.560] And to not be provocable, that is hard to not respond, or if you do respond, not let [14:14.560 --> 14:16.400] them know that you respond. [14:16.400 --> 14:20.280] If you listen to the show a lot, you've heard me talk about neurolinguistic programming. [14:20.280 --> 14:25.640] And you've heard some of my stories where I do just exactly that kind of thing, where [14:25.640 --> 14:30.300] I do a pattern interruption. [14:30.300 --> 14:38.640] Like when I told the head of the intake section of the Denton County District Attorney's Office, [14:38.640 --> 14:44.560] if you'll just bend over, I'll pull that wild hat and you'll be hiding for you. [14:44.560 --> 14:48.160] So we can go back and treat one another like mature and responsible adults. [14:48.160 --> 14:52.080] Well, that really tripped him up. [14:52.080 --> 14:59.080] So when police, they know how to push your buttons, because they do this all the time, [14:59.080 --> 15:05.440] and he pushed one of your buttons to not give a clue. [15:05.440 --> 15:07.480] That has really got to be hard. [15:07.480 --> 15:12.480] There's only two or three of them that did that. [15:12.480 --> 15:19.760] Lon sent me a spreadsheet with a thousand names on it of people doing this. [15:19.760 --> 15:28.080] But what I found is while they know how to provoke the police, they don't know how to [15:28.080 --> 15:33.280] handle themselves beyond the initial provocation. [15:33.280 --> 15:34.880] I don't have videos. [15:34.880 --> 15:42.640] I've only got one or two videos over the years because I never really did this to demonstrate [15:42.640 --> 15:43.640] it to the public. [15:43.640 --> 15:47.680] I was actually doing this to get things changed. [15:47.680 --> 15:53.200] So what I may do is put together a couple of videos, so I want to demonstrate how this [15:53.200 --> 15:55.040] is done. [15:55.040 --> 15:56.680] I was watching them. [15:56.680 --> 16:00.400] They went to a number of federal courthouses. [16:00.400 --> 16:09.400] I know Deborah and I were in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and we had a videographer that needed [16:09.400 --> 16:11.680] a leash on him. [16:11.680 --> 16:18.640] He was filming the federal courthouse in U.S. Marshals, got real excited. [16:18.640 --> 16:22.700] At the time, that was not a fight I was there to have. [16:22.700 --> 16:26.800] So they let us go across the street, and they left him alone. [16:26.800 --> 16:34.720] But he wasn't about to back down, so he was actually doing a First Amendment audit. [16:34.720 --> 16:36.720] That's what these guys do. [16:36.720 --> 16:48.040] So once the officers come out and get in their face, what they're not doing is complaining [16:48.040 --> 16:54.040] about what the officers are doing, how wrong and improper it is, and the way in front of [16:54.040 --> 17:10.360] them is telling them how horrible this is, and I think I'm out of time. [17:10.360 --> 17:34.920] Anyway, I hope that was helpful to you. [18:59.600 --> 19:07.600] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, the LogosRadioNetwork.com. [19:07.600 --> 19:30.600] Look what we got, we asked the Christian, no wonder what they're hiding, don't have [19:30.600 --> 19:42.600] an answer, don't think nobody asked the Christian, look what we got, and they don't have an answer. [19:42.600 --> 19:47.600] Slope and slip and slide, they can't go to shoes, pussy, lord, how they want one thing, [19:47.600 --> 19:54.600] take it easy, they can't wait to politically end them, get them mad and angry, got them [19:54.600 --> 19:59.600] not standing up and fighting, fight for their freedom and be free, and they like them love [19:59.600 --> 20:02.600] slavery and get hand out from the government. [20:02.600 --> 20:09.600] Look what we got, we asked the Christian, no wonder what they're hiding, don't have [20:09.600 --> 20:20.600] an answer, don't think nobody asked the Christian, look what we got, and they don't have an [20:20.600 --> 20:21.600] answer. [20:21.600 --> 20:28.600] Slope and slip and slide, they can't go to shoes, pussy, lord, how they want one thing, [20:28.600 --> 20:34.600] get them mad and angry, got them not standing up and fighting, fight for their freedom and [20:34.600 --> 20:43.600] be free, and they don't have an answer, don't think nobody asked the Christian, look what [20:43.600 --> 20:51.600] they're hiding, don't think nobody asked the Christian, look what they want one thing, [20:51.600 --> 20:58.600] talk about these guys, what they didn't have was the second step. [20:58.600 --> 21:03.600] They're really good at provoking the police into doing something wrong, but a lot of these [21:03.600 --> 21:07.600] guys are getting arrested, they're getting pushed around all over the place, and there [21:07.600 --> 21:15.600] are some things that they're doing that's leading to bad outcomes for them, and they [21:15.600 --> 21:22.400] do this and they look very provocative and their followers seem to like that, but I'm [21:22.400 --> 21:25.800] thinking there's something a lot more powerful we can do. [21:25.800 --> 21:30.600] So I'm going to go down to the federal building in Jackson, Tennessee. [21:30.600 --> 21:37.240] I've got a guy, Danny Murphy, who calls into the show on occasion, he's from Jackson, [21:37.240 --> 21:45.320] Tennessee, so I'll get him to run shotgun for me, and I'll go down there in a suit [21:45.320 --> 21:53.320] and tie and take videos of the building and get them to come out and confront me, and [21:53.320 --> 21:57.440] they'll ask me who I am and I'll tell them, oh, go away, go away. [21:57.440 --> 22:02.600] First thing they generally do is they come out and say, can I help you, no, no, if I [22:02.600 --> 22:08.360] need you, I will summon you, you're dismissed, and these are U.S. Marshals, they're going [22:08.360 --> 22:10.360] to get real excited over that. [22:10.360 --> 22:15.400] You know, they're probably not accustomed to being dismissed very often. [22:15.400 --> 22:27.480] No, they're not, and then they wind up asking for your ID, and you say, no, no, no, and [22:27.480 --> 22:32.960] they got a real good response to why they didn't want to give them their ID, and that [22:32.960 --> 22:38.760] response here is, no, wait, wait, wait, if I give you my ID, you're going to get my [22:38.760 --> 22:41.200] home address. [22:41.200 --> 22:42.520] Can I get your home address? [22:42.520 --> 22:47.920] No, you can get my home address, I don't want to give you mine either, and even if [22:47.920 --> 22:51.400] I give it to you, what you're going to do is you're going to put it in a report, and [22:51.400 --> 22:58.000] that report is going to go to the fusion center, and then I will be logged into the fusion [22:58.000 --> 23:05.480] center as a terroristic threat, because I don't want to give you my ID. [23:05.480 --> 23:08.800] Most of them don't explain it and they don't need to. [23:08.800 --> 23:13.440] So when they ask for my ID, no, no, no, we're not going to do that today, and then when [23:13.440 --> 23:19.880] they first say, if you don't give me your ID, I will arrest you, and here's where these [23:19.880 --> 23:22.920] guys are missing what to do. [23:22.920 --> 23:32.680] The first time I get that, 911, turn the phone around, dial 911, ask them to send an officer [23:32.680 --> 23:37.080] out to arrest, hey, what did you say your name was? [23:37.080 --> 23:45.400] And US Marshals never give you a name, and Deborah will remember this one, they won't [23:45.400 --> 23:49.240] give me the name, I need you to arrest, hey, what's your name, and he won't tell me, I [23:49.240 --> 24:00.240] need you to arrest secret agent Blue Tie, Philadelphia FBI office, I'm there to file [24:00.240 --> 24:09.000] some really, I'm filing, I went there to file a report of Bexar County jailers stomping [24:09.000 --> 24:20.360] someone to death in the jail, and I asked this guy his name, oh, we're not allowed to [24:20.360 --> 24:25.840] identify ourselves, say what? [24:25.840 --> 24:36.080] We have secret police now, and a young kid, he looked in his mid-20s, clearly he was distressed, [24:36.080 --> 24:42.200] he clearly did not like to have to tell me that, and he was looking over at Deborah and [24:42.200 --> 24:50.280] she's in a black skirt, black blouse, she looked hot, and he keeps looking over at her, [24:50.280 --> 24:57.760] so I said, so what do I call you, secret agent Blue Tie? [24:57.760 --> 25:04.720] He had this garish blue tie, the guy just melted, so I'll ask him to come and arrest [25:04.720 --> 25:14.400] secret agent Ugly Tie or something, and then when he starts to speak to me again, stop, [25:14.400 --> 25:20.200] stop, stop, we should not have any further communication, oh, what I'll do, I'd rather [25:20.200 --> 25:26.200] it be in Texas, because if I were in Texas, then I could say, I need you to come and arrest [25:26.200 --> 25:36.680] so and so for first degree felony aggravated assault, in that he spoke words to me that [25:36.680 --> 25:43.960] were intended to be threatening and offensive, and so while acting under the color of an [25:43.960 --> 25:53.720] official capacity, and while prominently displaying a deadly weapon at under 22.02 B2A, Texas [25:53.720 --> 25:59.640] Penal Code, that's first degree felony, get somebody out here to arrest him. [25:59.640 --> 26:06.080] The feds want to say that they're federal officers, they think they're immune, nah, [26:06.080 --> 26:13.940] not hardly, they think the federal building is federal property, well maybe inside, maybe [26:13.940 --> 26:20.400] that's questionable, but that is not a federal, not in Texas, it's not, in Texas [26:20.400 --> 26:28.880] we haven't ceded one inch, it's just, exactly, yes we have ceded, I think the post offices [26:28.880 --> 26:35.240] have been ceded, and two federal prisons, I thought there were only two federal prisons, [26:35.240 --> 26:41.000] but someone else had put in a request and they got some post offices in some other places, [26:41.000 --> 26:47.760] so there were, I think one of them was a port, so there are a few, but no federal bill, no [26:47.760 --> 26:54.760] federal courthouses, they all still belong to the state, they are in this state. [26:54.760 --> 26:59.000] The reason the federal prisons were ceded to the federal government, that's so that [26:59.000 --> 27:07.340] a crime committed in a federal prison was a federal crime, because it was federal jurisdiction. [27:07.340 --> 27:15.960] If a judge or a lawyer in a federal building shoots someone, that's not a federal crime, [27:15.960 --> 27:18.120] that's a state crime. [27:18.120 --> 27:24.720] When the president was shot in Dallas, they had not yet made it a federal crime to kill [27:24.720 --> 27:32.320] the president or a federal judge, they subsequently did, but when Kennedy was killed, the feds [27:32.320 --> 27:39.320] formed Dallas County and the sheriff got them by their collars and threw them out, they [27:39.320 --> 27:47.840] said, the president, yes I know, and it's my jurisdiction, not yours, he tossed them. [27:47.840 --> 27:56.680] So I wanted to get a couple of videos, then to show them how to do this secondary part, [27:56.680 --> 28:05.200] which you're doing right now, and Brett, you were talking about, what was it you were doing [28:05.200 --> 28:10.600] about, just before we came in, you had something you wanted to address. [28:10.600 --> 28:16.560] Oh, just talking about the disqualification, judicial disqualification, but just before [28:16.560 --> 28:21.480] we get too far off, you were talking about the aggravated assault, and I just pulled [28:21.480 --> 28:26.640] up Tennessee, Tennessee has something very similar, it even starts with 39, it's 39 [28:26.640 --> 28:31.480] and 13-102, and they call it a class D felony. [28:31.480 --> 28:43.160] They've got aggravated assault, but Texas has a special statute that under good faith [28:43.160 --> 28:52.560] and, what's the other word, fair dealings, good faith and credit, since the legislature [28:52.560 --> 28:59.800] the state of Tennessee has not specifically addressed aggravated assault committed by [28:59.800 --> 29:07.800] a public official while acting under the color of an official capacity, color meaning pretense, [29:07.800 --> 29:15.000] and the state of Texas legislature has, then under good faith and credit we bring in 2202 [29:15.000 --> 29:25.720] BTA, in Tennessee they do have class B felony for committing simple assault while displaying [29:25.720 --> 29:29.080] it as a weapon. [29:29.080 --> 29:42.560] Texas has that special one, and they included it with a second part, 2202 B2B says if you [29:42.560 --> 29:51.680] commit assault, okay, we're about to go to break, this is Randy Kelton, we'll be right [29:51.680 --> 30:01.880] back. [30:01.880 --> 30:06.360] Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information and you may trust them to keep it safe, but [30:06.360 --> 30:11.120] it turns out that even the most trusted companies may be unwittingly revealing your secrets. [30:11.120 --> 30:15.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with details. [30:15.880 --> 30:17.460] Privacy is under attack. [30:17.460 --> 30:21.060] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [30:21.060 --> 30:25.840] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [30:25.840 --> 30:31.400] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [30:31.400 --> 30:33.600] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [30:33.600 --> 30:37.880] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search [30:37.880 --> 30:41.480] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. [30:41.480 --> 30:45.160] Start over with StartPage. [30:45.160 --> 30:49.920] Data privacy is a big deal, so nearly every company has a policy explaining how they handle [30:49.920 --> 30:54.360] your personal information, but what happens if it escapes their control? [30:54.360 --> 30:55.800] It's not an idle question. [30:55.800 --> 31:01.160] According to a recent survey, a shocking 90% of U.S. companies admit their security was [31:01.160 --> 31:03.960] breached by hackers in the last year. [31:03.960 --> 31:08.040] That's one more reason you should trust your searches to StartPage.com. [31:08.040 --> 31:12.040] Unlike other search engines, StartPage doesn't store any data on you. [31:12.040 --> 31:15.480] They've never been hacked, but even if they were, there would be nothing for criminals [31:15.480 --> 31:16.480] to see. [31:16.480 --> 31:17.680] The cupboard would be bare. [31:17.680 --> 31:21.080] Too bad other companies don't treat your data the same way. [31:21.080 --> 31:23.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [31:23.040 --> 31:30.760] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [31:30.760 --> 31:31.760] I lost my son. [31:31.760 --> 31:32.760] My nephew. [31:32.760 --> 31:33.760] My uncle. [31:33.760 --> 31:35.440] On September 11th, 2001. [31:35.440 --> 31:38.880] Most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11th. [31:38.880 --> 31:43.080] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane. [31:43.080 --> 31:48.960] Although the official explanation is that fire brought down Building 7, over 1,200 architects [31:48.960 --> 31:52.760] and engineers have looked into the evidence and believe there is more to the story. [31:52.760 --> 31:55.840] Bring justice to my son, my uncle, my nephew, my son. [31:55.840 --> 31:58.080] Go to buildingwhat.org. [31:58.080 --> 32:00.720] Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do. [32:00.720 --> 32:03.320] Hey, it's Danny here for Hill Country Home Improvements. [32:03.320 --> 32:06.280] Did your home receive hail or wind damage from the recent storms? [32:06.280 --> 32:09.940] Come on, we all know the government caused it with their chemtrails, but good luck getting [32:09.940 --> 32:10.940] them to pay for it. [32:10.940 --> 32:14.520] Okay, I might be kidding about the chemtrails, but I'm serious about your roof. [32:14.520 --> 32:18.360] That's why you have insurance, and Hill Country Home Improvements can handle the claim for [32:18.360 --> 32:21.120] you with little to no out-of-pocket expense. [32:22.120 --> 32:26.720] As a multi-year, A-plus member of the Better Business Bureau, with zero complaints, you [32:26.720 --> 32:31.080] can trust Hill Country Home Improvements to handle your claim and your roof right the [32:31.080 --> 32:32.080] first time. [32:40.800 --> 32:45.400] And we'll donate another $100 to the Logos Radio Network to help continue this programming. [32:45.400 --> 32:50.480] So if those out-of-town roofers come knockin', your door should be lockin'. [32:50.480 --> 32:56.480] That's 512-992-8745 or hillcountryhomeimprovements.com. [32:56.480 --> 32:58.840] Discounts are based on full roof replacement. [32:58.840 --> 33:02.680] You may not actually be kidding about chemtrails. [33:28.840 --> 33:58.400] You may not actually be kidding about chemtrails. [33:58.400 --> 34:27.840] Okay, my clock's up and we're here. [34:27.840 --> 34:28.840] Oops. [34:28.840 --> 34:31.440] Guys, did that go out over the air? [34:31.440 --> 34:35.440] That wasn't supposed to go out over the air. [34:35.440 --> 34:36.440] Okay. [34:36.440 --> 34:39.040] Debra will beat me up for that. [34:39.040 --> 34:45.040] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, with Brett Fountain Rude Lab Radio. [34:45.040 --> 34:48.680] I'm having a little bit of issue on my side. [34:48.680 --> 34:55.800] Mozilla Firefox wiped all of my bookmarks today. [34:55.800 --> 34:56.800] That is annoying. [34:56.800 --> 34:57.800] It's Firefox's fault? [34:57.800 --> 34:58.800] Yes, it is. [34:58.800 --> 34:59.800] Absolutely. [34:59.800 --> 35:00.800] Okay. [35:00.800 --> 35:09.800] I'm a guy, guys do not take personal responsibility. [35:09.800 --> 35:14.440] Anyway, I'm looking at getting a hold of these guys. [35:14.440 --> 35:16.680] I hope I can get a few of them on the show. [35:16.680 --> 35:21.400] I think we've got over a thousand out there. [35:21.400 --> 35:29.800] If we can teach these guys how to take them to the next level, they will have a dramatic [35:29.800 --> 35:31.280] effect. [35:31.280 --> 35:36.200] I had a dramatic effect in Texas just by myself doing this. [35:36.200 --> 35:41.000] What happens if I get 50 guys in Texas doing this? [35:41.000 --> 35:47.320] The police will get extremely professional with us or they'll get out of business. [35:47.320 --> 35:48.320] Okay. [35:48.320 --> 35:53.320] I'm going to stop talking now. [35:53.320 --> 35:58.520] Let's check our callers and then when we get through the callers, when it gets down short, [35:58.520 --> 36:00.600] I want to go back to you. [36:00.600 --> 36:04.280] I want to see if Scott has a comment on what we're talking about. [36:04.280 --> 36:06.400] I suspect he has. [36:06.400 --> 36:10.160] Generally, he just lurks in the background. [36:10.160 --> 36:14.560] Are you lurking today, Scott, or do you have something on point? [36:14.560 --> 36:19.440] Is that a delay or are you just slow? [36:19.440 --> 36:23.400] I have a serious lag today. [36:23.400 --> 36:25.520] I mentioned that at the beginning. [36:25.520 --> 36:27.600] I have a really slow internet. [36:27.600 --> 36:31.000] We weren't sure if I'd be able to do the show at all. [36:31.000 --> 36:39.920] But when I was doing a mic check with Deborah, she said that I had the cell phone and my [36:39.920 --> 36:42.400] headphones on at the same time. [36:42.400 --> 36:45.800] She spoke in the cell phone five seconds later. [36:45.800 --> 36:48.100] She heard it come out of the cell phone. [36:48.100 --> 36:52.840] Five seconds later, she heard it come out of my headset. [36:52.840 --> 36:53.880] The same thing. [36:53.880 --> 36:56.960] So we've got a serious lag. [36:56.960 --> 36:57.960] I was just kidding. [36:57.960 --> 36:59.360] I know you got a lag. [36:59.360 --> 37:03.520] You normally have a lag, so I don't care anyhow. [37:03.520 --> 37:06.560] I'm just razzing you. [37:06.560 --> 37:09.480] Was that disparaging? [37:09.480 --> 37:10.480] You got to be careful. [37:10.480 --> 37:11.480] You're going to hurt my feelings. [37:11.480 --> 37:19.120] Okay, did you have something on this point about, are you familiar with these First Amendment [37:19.120 --> 37:20.120] auditors? [37:20.120 --> 37:24.000] Oh yeah, they've been around for a long time. [37:24.000 --> 37:29.200] And a lot of people were going around doing some First Amendment audits. [37:29.200 --> 37:33.280] There was several people doing it in Dallas there for a while. [37:33.280 --> 37:38.360] And it seems like a lot of people just, what happened is so many people lost their channels [37:38.360 --> 37:39.360] like me. [37:39.360 --> 37:45.200] And so that's why a lot of the people that you're probably seeing are having to recreate [37:45.200 --> 37:46.200] channels. [37:46.200 --> 37:49.600] So many people have recreated channels, it's just stupid. [37:49.600 --> 37:53.680] So good luck with getting... [37:53.680 --> 37:58.160] There used to be a lot more is what I was going to say. [37:58.160 --> 38:05.400] But now it's harder and harder, and then getting the videos out there. [38:05.400 --> 38:10.560] Lon sent me a thousand names that have channels now. [38:10.560 --> 38:15.960] Yeah, well you can contact them and see what happens. [38:15.960 --> 38:18.840] They're really, really hard to contact. [38:18.840 --> 38:19.840] That's been a problem. [38:19.840 --> 38:25.280] You can comment on their videos, but nobody's responding. [38:25.280 --> 38:29.360] I've been trying to get them to contact me. [38:29.360 --> 38:33.080] Yeah, they're probably not going to. [38:33.080 --> 38:36.120] Most likely, most of them are going to just say, yeah, whatever. [38:36.120 --> 38:38.000] They're doing their own thing. [38:38.000 --> 38:39.000] Right now, they don't... [38:39.000 --> 38:41.200] I kind of figured that out. [38:41.200 --> 38:46.800] So what I'm going to have to do is generate some videos of my own and put them up there. [38:46.800 --> 38:54.520] And then when I get people paying attention to them, then these guys may come and look [38:54.520 --> 38:58.680] for how to go the next step. [38:58.680 --> 39:10.080] I'm looking at doing that in Jackson since it's only 60 miles away. [39:10.080 --> 39:17.520] The problem may be that it's a small area, and I may not get... [39:17.520 --> 39:27.160] These guys may be too friendly, so I have to fight a military installation or something. [39:27.160 --> 39:28.880] And I can't do it in Clarksville. [39:28.880 --> 39:34.880] There's an army base there, but that's where the 101st Airborne is. [39:34.880 --> 39:44.400] And I can't do it to the 101st Airborne because those crazy people come in and got us out [39:44.400 --> 39:51.040] of a place that no sane human being would have came into. [39:51.040 --> 39:54.920] It was insane. [39:54.920 --> 40:02.280] We had... the sky was just filled with streamers, and this 101st came through them like it wasn't [40:02.280 --> 40:03.280] even there. [40:03.280 --> 40:10.040] When they bailed out of the helicopters, I said, you guys are insane. [40:10.040 --> 40:12.880] And they were saying, wow, isn't this fun? [40:12.880 --> 40:16.240] They threw us into helicopters and got us out of there. [40:16.240 --> 40:21.600] So I just can't bring myself to do it to the 101st. [40:21.600 --> 40:25.640] So I got to find somebody else. [40:25.640 --> 40:26.640] I'll find something. [40:26.640 --> 40:28.640] I did a couple of videos. [40:28.640 --> 40:34.520] I may try some local counties around here just to jerk them around. [40:34.520 --> 40:42.400] Maybe O'Brien County, because O'Brien County is where two sheriff's deputies arrested a [40:42.400 --> 40:50.600] 20-year-old kid, had him in handcuffs face down with their knees in his back until they [40:50.600 --> 40:54.080] killed him. [40:54.080 --> 40:58.640] They literally crushed the life. [40:58.640 --> 41:00.200] You know how long that takes? [41:00.200 --> 41:06.400] It takes four minutes for you to go unconscious, two more minutes for brain damage, two more [41:06.400 --> 41:12.600] minutes to kill you, eight minutes. [41:12.600 --> 41:18.760] That is a long time to crush the breath out of someone. [41:18.760 --> 41:22.800] So I'm going to do it to O'Brien County. [41:22.800 --> 41:25.600] They've earned it. [41:25.600 --> 41:27.600] Okay. [41:27.600 --> 41:30.160] You had something to address, Scott? [41:30.160 --> 41:32.640] I take it it wasn't our issue. [41:32.640 --> 41:36.480] Yeah, actually I did. [41:36.480 --> 41:47.520] Remember back in 18 when the New Hampshire House was attempting to pass a bill that was [41:47.520 --> 41:55.400] relating to the right to travel, and so I followed up on it to see what happened. [41:55.400 --> 42:03.600] That bill was struck down, and so they reintroduced the bill, rewrote it basically, and basically [42:03.600 --> 42:06.720] it's the same bill still over again. [42:06.720 --> 42:17.000] It came up before their house began, and it just, in March 20th, it just got quashed again, [42:17.000 --> 42:27.400] not by as much of a margin as last time, but still it was 262 to 268. [42:27.400 --> 42:37.120] The first time, it was even more lopsided the first time, where it was only like ten [42:37.120 --> 42:44.440] people or something, and there's six that sponsor the bill, or seven, however many. [42:44.440 --> 42:54.560] But if people were to have this piece of paper and read it, and then start shoving it in [42:54.560 --> 43:02.280] the face of all the representatives, and say, guess what, we know, the gig is up. [43:02.280 --> 43:11.480] If I know this, I know you know this, or you're deemed to know this, which is it? [43:11.480 --> 43:22.680] I have the ticket site working, and I'm getting ready to launch the backside. [43:22.680 --> 43:29.640] When I launch the backside, that will let everybody know, that'll pretty well shut down [43:29.640 --> 43:38.200] traffic enforcement in whatever state we engineer it for, because it really takes them to task [43:38.200 --> 43:41.560] on these issues you're addressing. [43:41.560 --> 43:44.840] Okay, hang on, we're about to go to break. [43:44.840 --> 43:50.640] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Root of Our Radio, our call-in number, 512-646-1984. [46:52.360 --> 47:02.920] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, I seem to have everything [47:02.920 --> 47:03.920] working. [47:03.920 --> 47:12.960] Okay, did you have the, Scott, did you have the text of that bill? [47:12.960 --> 47:20.240] Oh, yes, I got it open in front of me, I got it in a PDF format, in fact, I want to just [47:20.240 --> 47:27.480] read just a little bit of the beginning of it, because here is the definition of what [47:27.480 --> 47:36.640] an automobile is, and the right to travel, and all of this, distinctly put, and this [47:36.640 --> 47:47.320] is House Bill 507, FNA Local, and it was introduced in the 2019 session, and it starts out with [47:47.320 --> 47:52.520] the statement of purpose, the general court finds that the jurisdiction and authority [47:52.520 --> 47:59.440] of the Department of Safety is limited to only the commercial users of the public ways, [47:59.440 --> 48:06.920] and that the corporate state employees have, by their silence, failed to fully inform the [48:06.920 --> 48:14.880] sovereign people of this state that an automobile has been confirmed by Chief Justice Grimes [48:14.880 --> 48:25.120] in 108 New Hampshire 386 to be private property, end quote, defined by current RSA 382 as household [48:25.120 --> 48:32.960] goods and consumer goods, not for commercial use or for profit or gain, or the courts have [48:32.960 --> 48:39.260] found that the corporate public servants who ignore their accountability as mandated in [48:39.260 --> 48:46.600] Article 8 New Hampshire Bill of Rights have, by their silence and failure to fully inform [48:46.600 --> 48:53.800] the sovereign people of the consequences arising from the corporate offer to contract, end [48:53.800 --> 49:00.840] quote, is deemed silent deception and inducement by fraud, as well as committing the tort of [49:00.840 --> 49:09.160] conversion when taking or seizing the certificate of origin in violation of the Fifth Amendment. [49:09.160 --> 49:10.160] Wow. [49:10.160 --> 49:11.160] Bam. [49:11.160 --> 49:12.800] That's your right to travel. [49:12.800 --> 49:15.040] No wonder it didn't get passed. [49:15.040 --> 49:21.240] Oh yeah, because we would get the full faith and credit of New Hampshire and use the reverse [49:21.240 --> 49:25.280] scenario you were just talking about on Texas. [49:25.280 --> 49:28.040] Precisely. [49:28.040 --> 49:32.360] That is very well structured. [49:32.360 --> 49:34.400] Have you sent me a copy of that? [49:34.400 --> 49:35.400] Seems like you have. [49:35.400 --> 49:36.400] Yeah. [49:36.400 --> 49:37.400] Okay, let me finish this. [49:37.400 --> 49:39.200] Here's your definitions. [49:39.200 --> 49:41.560] It's really simple. [49:41.560 --> 49:48.840] For the purpose of this section, A, automobile and motorcycle means any self-propelled conveyance [49:48.840 --> 49:53.120] used for non-commercial travel upon the public ways. [49:53.120 --> 49:59.780] B, motor vehicle means any self-propelled conveyance designed and used upon the public [49:59.780 --> 50:04.040] ways for profit or gain in business or commerce. [50:04.040 --> 50:09.720] C, household goods or consumer goods has the same meaning as a uniform commercial code [50:09.720 --> 50:15.840] found in RSA 382 and RSA blah, blah, blah, and shall include an automobile. [50:15.840 --> 50:22.280] Automobiles and all non-commercial conveyance shall be exempt from the license and registration [50:22.280 --> 50:26.320] required of commercial motor vehicles. [50:26.320 --> 50:33.800] D, operator or driver means and defines one who controls the movement of conveyance upon [50:33.800 --> 50:37.680] the public way for commercial or business purposes. [50:37.680 --> 50:46.000] E, traveler means anyone who controls the automobile or another non-commercial conveyance. [50:46.000 --> 50:51.560] And then the last one is just common law, means it defines the sole remedy required [50:51.560 --> 51:00.640] an injured party and not an endless enlargeness or non-human corporate creation for any controversy [51:00.640 --> 51:06.920] arising from or by the public use of household goods or consumer goods such as an automobile [51:06.920 --> 51:09.400] or other non-commercial conveyance. [51:09.400 --> 51:14.800] There's your definition. [51:14.800 --> 51:27.440] Not sure what that last one means, that your remedy for a injury caused with a motor vehicle [51:27.440 --> 51:31.080] is thereby a civil issue and not criminal. [51:31.080 --> 51:32.960] Is that what that meant? [51:32.960 --> 51:33.960] That's correct. [51:33.960 --> 51:41.320] It's reverting that if you damage somebody's property or person with a automobile, it will [51:41.320 --> 51:52.160] be defined as common law, so it's a civil matter, not criminal. [51:52.160 --> 51:54.360] Technically is anyway. [51:54.360 --> 51:56.520] Well, yeah. [51:56.520 --> 52:02.640] But that would exempt us from the transportation code, but it would not exempt us from the [52:02.640 --> 52:04.720] penal code. [52:04.720 --> 52:12.960] So if I made an illegal left-hand turn and no one was injured by the illegal left-hand [52:12.960 --> 52:17.000] turn, then no harm, no foul. [52:17.000 --> 52:18.000] There you go. [52:18.000 --> 52:27.400] Because it reverts to common law, you know, you have to cause harm. [52:27.400 --> 52:30.400] Interesting. [52:30.400 --> 52:31.400] I need to study that. [52:31.400 --> 52:32.400] Okay. [52:32.400 --> 52:35.400] Do you have anything else for us? [52:35.400 --> 52:39.600] No, but I love 552.353. [52:39.600 --> 52:46.480] I have it nailed to my wall on a sticky note, so. [52:46.480 --> 52:56.480] Do you have the preamble up as well? [52:56.480 --> 53:00.200] I love that.001 is a beautiful piece too. [53:00.200 --> 53:05.160] Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. [53:05.160 --> 53:13.280] It says that the people do not give their, what does it say, it doesn't say servants. [53:13.280 --> 53:22.120] Anyway, there are officials, the authority to determine what is good for them to know [53:22.120 --> 53:25.200] and what is not good for them to know. [53:25.200 --> 53:29.720] Okay, Scott, I'm going to move on, we're going to run out of time and I definitely want to [53:29.720 --> 53:30.720] get to Tina. [53:30.720 --> 53:31.720] Okay, bye. [53:31.720 --> 53:37.120] She got a response from Texas bar, I mean the California bar. [53:37.120 --> 53:38.120] Okay. [53:38.120 --> 53:39.120] Thank you, Scott. [53:39.120 --> 53:44.560] Okay, now we're going to Tina in California. [53:44.560 --> 53:45.560] My page is refreshing. [53:45.560 --> 53:46.560] Okay, there we go. [53:46.560 --> 53:47.560] Hello, Tina. [53:47.560 --> 53:48.560] Hello. [53:48.560 --> 53:59.560] Well, it's interesting that my friend Gene, when he first, can you, can you hear me? [53:59.560 --> 54:00.560] Yes. [54:00.560 --> 54:05.000] Yeah, you're kind of breaking up a little bit. [54:05.000 --> 54:06.120] Okay. [54:06.120 --> 54:08.120] Can you hear me better now? [54:08.120 --> 54:09.120] Yes. [54:09.120 --> 54:10.120] Yes. [54:10.120 --> 54:11.120] Yep. [54:11.120 --> 54:12.120] Okay. [54:12.120 --> 54:13.120] I'll try to talk with her. [54:13.120 --> 54:19.520] My friend James in Florida, I helped him write a bar complaint and the attorney withdrew [54:19.520 --> 54:23.800] and he's got a response, which I'm going to help him respond to. [54:23.800 --> 54:28.000] The attorney wrote like a 10 page response letter. [54:28.000 --> 54:35.120] Now, when I filed a complaint against an attorney in New York, that attorney had to respond [54:35.120 --> 54:37.520] to me and I was able to respond back. [54:37.520 --> 54:42.680] We went back two or three times before I accused her of acting as a psychologist and asked [54:42.680 --> 54:45.120] when she got her psychology degree. [54:45.120 --> 54:49.920] Now, here's the response from the state bar. [54:49.920 --> 54:57.360] This letter is in response to your public records act request dated July 29th, 2019, [54:57.360 --> 55:00.560] addressed to the state bar. [55:00.560 --> 55:09.680] Please be advised that the state bar disciplinary complaints and investigatory records are confidential [55:09.680 --> 55:13.000] and not subject to disclosure. [55:13.000 --> 55:23.200] Government code 6254 subdivision F investigatory files compiled by a state agency for licensing [55:23.200 --> 55:30.000] purposes are not subject to disclosure under the California public record that business [55:30.000 --> 55:38.040] and professional code 60861 subdivision B. The disciplinary investigations shall not [55:38.040 --> 55:45.200] be disclosed pursuant to any state law, including but not limited to the California public records [55:45.200 --> 55:46.200] act. [55:46.200 --> 55:52.080] If you wish to discuss this further, I can be reached at the telephone number above. [55:52.080 --> 55:59.080] So the attorney can pretty much tell any lie he wants about me and answer it in any way [55:59.080 --> 56:04.400] he wants without me knowing what he's saying about me. [56:04.400 --> 56:05.400] Whoa. [56:05.400 --> 56:06.400] Hold on. [56:06.400 --> 56:15.920] There should be an exclusion for interested parties since you are an interest. [56:15.920 --> 56:26.840] Look in the California open records act and see if there is not an exclusion for interested [56:26.840 --> 56:30.320] parties. [56:30.320 --> 56:36.760] These guys wouldn't tell you if there definitely is in Texas. [56:36.760 --> 56:44.360] Let me tell you about Florida. [56:44.360 --> 56:50.720] Florida is like it was in Australia. [56:50.720 --> 56:58.920] In Florida, the state bar association carries the insurance for all the lawyers. [56:58.920 --> 57:08.160] They are the insurer, so they collect these funds as an indemnification fund and it goes [57:08.160 --> 57:14.360] into this pool of money that the bar then gets to play with. [57:14.360 --> 57:23.760] If you get sued and the bar has to pay off, they are not happy campers because that's [57:23.760 --> 57:27.040] their play money you're messing with. [57:27.040 --> 57:34.880] So in Florida, the bar tends to respond a lot better. [57:34.880 --> 57:43.040] They don't trash all your complaints the way other states' bars do. [57:43.040 --> 57:44.840] Off on Florida. [57:44.840 --> 57:59.920] Okay, so how do I get round it with the California one? [57:59.920 --> 58:11.080] Now what I did do was I pulled up, if I can find it, the code display act and 6254 that [58:11.080 --> 58:18.560] they refer to, wait, stop, stop, stop. [58:18.560 --> 58:24.480] You said you had a third party make a request to that. [58:24.480 --> 58:27.200] Was this the request to the Supreme? [58:27.200 --> 58:35.720] Didn't you send, have someone send a request to the Supreme because what the Supreme was [58:35.720 --> 58:48.480] doing would not have been subject to this secrecy, I wouldn't think, because the, I'm [58:48.480 --> 58:50.240] not sure. [58:50.240 --> 58:55.640] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated [58:55.640 --> 58:58.440] because they struggle to understand it. [58:58.440 --> 59:03.840] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise [59:03.840 --> 59:07.080] the profound meaning of the scripture. [59:07.080 --> 59:08.840] Enter the recovery version. [59:08.840 --> 59:14.800] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more [59:14.800 --> 59:18.520] than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:18.520 --> 59:23.520] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance [59:23.520 --> 59:28.240] into the riches of the word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [59:28.240 --> 59:33.360] Bibles for America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking. [01:00:00.640 --> 01:00:06.640] The following newsflash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown. [01:00:06.640 --> 01:00:11.760] Markets for Monday, the 22nd of July, 2019, open with precious metals, gold at $1,429 [01:00:11.760 --> 01:00:20.000] an ounce, silver, $16.45 an ounce, copper, $2.75 an ounce, oil, Texas crude, $55.63 a [01:00:20.000 --> 01:00:27.640] barrel, Brent crude, $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, bitcoin core, [01:00:27.640 --> 01:00:37.760] $32.52, ethereum, $227.26, xrp, ripple, 33 cents, litecoin, $100.31, and bitcoin cash [01:00:37.760 --> 01:00:43.160] is at $324.10 a crypto coin. [01:00:43.160 --> 01:00:52.280] Today in history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a timed suitcase bomb, was detonated [01:00:52.280 --> 01:00:57.680] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day parade, killing [01:00:57.680 --> 01:00:59.600] 10 and injuring 40. [01:00:59.600 --> 01:01:04.600] Today in history. [01:01:04.600 --> 01:01:09.240] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325, legalizing hemp in [01:01:09.240 --> 01:01:13.800] a Texas law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, [01:01:13.800 --> 01:01:17.880] and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file [01:01:17.880 --> 01:01:22.560] new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment [01:01:22.560 --> 01:01:24.600] to test the herb for THC. [01:01:24.600 --> 01:01:28.260] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that [01:01:28.260 --> 01:01:32.760] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the [01:01:32.760 --> 01:01:33.760] law. [01:01:33.760 --> 01:01:37.440] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter [01:01:37.440 --> 01:01:41.920] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized [01:01:41.920 --> 01:01:48.080] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works. [01:01:48.080 --> 01:01:54.400] As well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Jaime Esparza, a Democrat, [01:01:54.400 --> 01:01:58.800] who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the [01:01:58.800 --> 01:02:01.520] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. [01:02:01.520 --> 01:02:06.600] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender [01:02:06.600 --> 01:02:10.600] in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes [01:02:10.600 --> 01:02:13.360] something illegal based on its chemical makeup. [01:02:13.360 --> 01:02:17.240] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're [01:02:17.240 --> 01:02:22.480] charged with. [01:02:22.480 --> 01:02:27.800] A paper by Tulane University identified a 5.5-inch American pocket shark as the first [01:02:27.800 --> 01:02:33.480] of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured [01:02:33.480 --> 01:02:39.160] or recorded, with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. [01:02:39.160 --> 01:02:43.720] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near [01:02:43.720 --> 01:02:45.520] its front fins. [01:02:45.520 --> 01:02:50.840] For the purpose, it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. [01:02:50.840 --> 01:03:16.880] This is Ruth Rohde with your Lowdown for July 22, 2019. [01:03:16.880 --> 01:03:17.880] OK. [01:03:17.880 --> 01:03:18.880] We are back. [01:03:18.880 --> 01:03:24.360] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Wheel of Law Radio, having a little bit of issue with my [01:03:24.360 --> 01:03:25.360] board there. [01:03:25.360 --> 01:03:30.320] I think my internet's so slow that everything's lagging on me. [01:03:30.320 --> 01:03:31.320] OK. [01:03:31.320 --> 01:03:34.800] Tina, you're back up. [01:03:34.800 --> 01:03:41.600] I was thinking about—I guess I was thinking about two different things. [01:03:41.600 --> 01:03:52.600] When you made the request to the Supreme for the names of the clerks who did investigation [01:03:52.600 --> 01:04:01.440] for the Supreme on the issue before them, those clerks' names wouldn't be secret, [01:04:01.440 --> 01:04:12.120] except the content would be, I guess, except that you may have a special access because [01:04:12.120 --> 01:04:18.160] you're a party to the circumstance. [01:04:18.160 --> 01:04:27.000] So how do I—let me read you what the exception they say says, because I'm not sure that [01:04:27.000 --> 01:04:32.520] it really fully says what they're saying. [01:04:32.520 --> 01:04:37.000] Was this requested by you or a third party? [01:04:37.000 --> 01:04:41.520] This was requested by me. [01:04:41.520 --> 01:04:50.000] Then you should file an opposition stating that you have a special interest outside the [01:04:50.000 --> 01:04:58.600] interest of the public in general and request that they provide it under that special interest. [01:04:58.600 --> 01:04:59.600] Look in the code. [01:04:59.600 --> 01:05:03.040] See if there is a provision for special interest in the code. [01:05:03.040 --> 01:05:10.040] If there's not, that's a question you should bring to the Supreme. [01:05:10.040 --> 01:05:14.040] Bring that back to the Supreme and hit them again. [01:05:14.040 --> 01:05:16.960] Oh, I can do that. [01:05:16.960 --> 01:05:23.720] Should I speak with this person who said if I have any questions—he's the senior trial [01:05:23.720 --> 01:05:24.720] counsel. [01:05:24.720 --> 01:05:33.240] Should I ask why any erroneous information that the attorney might have fed them is being [01:05:33.240 --> 01:05:40.960] withheld from me, because he could be making ad hominem attacks on me, just as the one [01:05:40.960 --> 01:05:42.640] is doing against James. [01:05:42.640 --> 01:05:47.800] He accused James to the state bar of suing attorneys. [01:05:47.800 --> 01:05:48.800] He named them. [01:05:48.800 --> 01:05:54.280] James has never sued these attorneys, and he said he's a little fixation and has sued [01:05:54.280 --> 01:05:55.280] them. [01:05:55.280 --> 01:05:58.880] I'm having trouble understanding you. [01:05:58.880 --> 01:06:00.800] Can you move the mic a little away from your mouth? [01:06:00.800 --> 01:06:01.800] Okay. [01:06:01.800 --> 01:06:02.800] Is this a little better? [01:06:02.800 --> 01:06:03.800] Yes. [01:06:03.800 --> 01:06:04.800] Is this better? [01:06:04.800 --> 01:06:05.800] Yes. [01:06:05.800 --> 01:06:06.800] Hello? [01:06:06.800 --> 01:06:07.800] Is that better? [01:06:07.800 --> 01:06:08.800] Yes. [01:06:08.800 --> 01:06:09.800] Yes. [01:06:09.800 --> 01:06:15.800] Can you hear me, because I can't hear you now? [01:06:15.800 --> 01:06:21.400] Okay, testing 123, can you hear that? [01:06:21.400 --> 01:06:22.600] Okay. [01:06:22.600 --> 01:06:24.600] We have a problem then. [01:06:24.600 --> 01:06:31.720] Can I put it on the phone, is that okay with you? [01:06:31.720 --> 01:06:32.720] Can you hear me? [01:06:32.720 --> 01:06:33.720] No, I can't make out what she's saying. [01:06:33.720 --> 01:06:34.720] We're having very much trouble. [01:06:34.720 --> 01:06:38.720] Now you're distorting really bad, we can't understand you. [01:06:38.720 --> 01:06:40.360] Oh, gosh. [01:06:40.360 --> 01:06:42.600] I don't know what to do about this cell phone. [01:06:42.600 --> 01:06:45.960] Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. [01:06:45.960 --> 01:06:46.960] Right there. [01:06:46.960 --> 01:06:47.960] I won't move. [01:06:47.960 --> 01:06:52.000] Whatever you did, keep doing it. [01:06:52.000 --> 01:06:54.480] Are you standing on one foot? [01:06:54.480 --> 01:07:02.040] I'm standing on one toe with the other one pointed. [01:07:02.040 --> 01:07:08.320] Should I speak with the senior trial counsel and ask why they are hiding any responses [01:07:08.320 --> 01:07:15.960] that may have personal attacks on you? [01:07:15.960 --> 01:07:18.440] Or should I just request it in writing? [01:07:18.440 --> 01:07:23.160] No, I'm not sure that would be relevant. [01:07:23.160 --> 01:07:28.600] The personal attack on you would not be relevant because it would not be something that could [01:07:28.600 --> 01:07:34.200] be construed as slander because these are not public communications. [01:07:34.200 --> 01:07:44.160] However, since you are a fact witness in the case and you are essentially the injured party [01:07:44.160 --> 01:07:51.320] in the case, you should have a special interest and opportunity to rebut anything the lawyer [01:07:51.320 --> 01:07:57.880] responds with that you have reason to believe is false or improper. [01:07:57.880 --> 01:08:05.680] Yeah, I mean, I don't get why. [01:08:05.680 --> 01:08:13.680] It talks a lot about police agencies and in this section they quote, and this is not a [01:08:13.680 --> 01:08:14.680] police agency. [01:08:14.680 --> 01:08:17.160] This is not a criminal matter. [01:08:17.160 --> 01:08:24.120] This is, you know, it's not a state and local law enforcement agency. [01:08:24.120 --> 01:08:33.680] Okay, I would have to see that to see what they're stating, but I know in the American [01:08:33.680 --> 01:08:42.120] Bar Association standards, most states in California, one of them, have adopted the [01:08:42.120 --> 01:08:44.760] American Bar Association model standards. [01:08:44.760 --> 01:08:51.320] There is a reference to secrecy in there, but I don't remember a reference to secrecy [01:08:51.320 --> 01:08:58.280] from one of the parties, only the secrecy is only from the public and you are not the [01:08:58.280 --> 01:08:59.280] public. [01:08:59.280 --> 01:09:04.960] I'm not the public and if I make, if he says to them, the only reason I'm making these [01:09:04.960 --> 01:09:10.720] complaints against him is because I'm vexatious and I'm a sore loser because they took my [01:09:10.720 --> 01:09:18.000] house, then he's trying to paint me in a bad light so that the state bar won't punish him [01:09:18.000 --> 01:09:22.560] for what he's done and that's what he's going to do because that's what he has done all [01:09:22.560 --> 01:09:23.560] along. [01:09:23.560 --> 01:09:27.720] I should be able to respond to that. [01:09:27.720 --> 01:09:38.880] This is a good issue to bring to the Supreme when the Bar Association denies you access [01:09:38.880 --> 01:09:44.600] to his response as an interested party, you should have a right to it and this is something [01:09:44.600 --> 01:09:52.840] you should ask the Supreme to address, this is the kind of thing the Supreme does, you [01:09:52.840 --> 01:10:03.920] ask the Supreme for direction to the bar in this case, that they are considering the complainant [01:10:03.920 --> 01:10:12.920] as a member of the public where in this case the complainant is an interested party and [01:10:12.920 --> 01:10:15.760] as an interested party should have access. [01:10:15.760 --> 01:10:24.000] Yes, well, other states give you access to the attorney's response, written response, [01:10:24.000 --> 01:10:30.840] why shouldn't we have it, as you say, I'm not just public, I'm a party who has a complaint. [01:10:30.840 --> 01:10:32.840] That's why they should go to the Supreme. [01:10:32.840 --> 01:10:39.000] And is that just in the form of a letter, a request or a certain form or? [01:10:39.000 --> 01:10:42.960] No, a request for clarification. [01:10:42.960 --> 01:10:48.600] Request for clarification, okay, I can do that. [01:10:48.600 --> 01:11:01.360] Go back and look at the secrecy clause in the Bar Association standards and see if it [01:11:01.360 --> 01:11:11.560] excludes the interested party, or if it only excludes the public, then you would not in [01:11:11.560 --> 01:11:19.020] this case be construed as the public. [01:11:19.020 --> 01:11:29.400] So make that argument, ask the Supreme to give direction to the bar in the case of privacy [01:11:29.400 --> 01:11:32.520] as concerns an interested party. [01:11:32.520 --> 01:11:36.480] Okay, I can do that. [01:11:36.480 --> 01:11:41.240] It's reasonable, it's reasonable, but it would be a lot harder for them to just blow that [01:11:41.240 --> 01:11:42.240] off. [01:11:42.240 --> 01:11:45.320] Okay, I will do that. [01:11:45.320 --> 01:11:46.320] Should I send the bar? [01:11:46.320 --> 01:11:49.060] Okay, do you have anything else? [01:11:49.060 --> 01:11:50.060] Go ahead. [01:11:50.060 --> 01:11:58.880] One quick question, James, this guy I'm helping, he asked me to ask you about an intervener [01:11:58.880 --> 01:12:01.760] in another case. [01:12:01.760 --> 01:12:02.760] How does it work? [01:12:02.760 --> 01:12:10.400] Somebody has told him that I can file an intervener into his complaint and reopen mine as a witness [01:12:10.400 --> 01:12:12.240] and injured party. [01:12:12.240 --> 01:12:17.160] I don't understand that and how it would work. [01:12:17.160 --> 01:12:20.580] You cannot intervene as a witness. [01:12:20.580 --> 01:12:25.000] You must have an interest, an adjudicatable interest. [01:12:25.000 --> 01:12:31.560] Okay, and what would an adjudicatable interest be? [01:12:31.560 --> 01:12:39.300] I had a friend they were trying to foreclose on and when they first started, I sold him [01:12:39.300 --> 01:12:47.520] a piece of equipment and had him give me a panic's lean against the property. [01:12:47.520 --> 01:12:55.120] Well when it came time to foreclose, I filed as an intervener because I had an uncontested [01:12:55.120 --> 01:12:57.360] mechanic's lean in the record. [01:12:57.360 --> 01:13:05.520] I had to have that, I had to have a claim. [01:13:05.520 --> 01:13:09.200] If I knew they were doing something wrong and I was a witness to them doing something [01:13:09.200 --> 01:13:14.120] wrong, that would give me no standing in the case. [01:13:14.120 --> 01:13:20.080] I could be called as a witness, but it would give me no standing to intervene. [01:13:20.080 --> 01:13:23.240] Okay, that makes it clear. [01:13:23.240 --> 01:13:29.120] So this person gave them erroneous advice. [01:13:29.120 --> 01:13:33.280] Then it could be that they're getting erroneous advice. [01:13:33.280 --> 01:13:37.640] There's a lot of that floating around, especially from lawyers. [01:13:37.640 --> 01:13:40.760] Yes, and he did tell me that. [01:13:40.760 --> 01:13:42.800] Okay, that was a cheap shot. [01:13:42.800 --> 01:13:52.960] He did tell me today that the Florida State Bar destroys all complaints after one year [01:13:52.960 --> 01:13:58.080] and just wipes them from the record. [01:13:58.080 --> 01:14:13.600] We need to set up a repository to use our tool to write the bar complaint and then our [01:14:13.600 --> 01:14:16.360] tool will keep a copy of it. [01:14:16.360 --> 01:14:20.680] We want to clear ours. [01:14:20.680 --> 01:14:26.000] He was asking how it would affect their insurance, like you said, if they destroy them after [01:14:26.000 --> 01:14:27.000] one year. [01:14:27.000 --> 01:14:32.640] He said, oh, that won't hurt anything because they have to give notice to the insurance [01:14:32.640 --> 01:14:38.360] company when they get the complaint and the insurance company is not going to destroy [01:14:38.360 --> 01:14:39.360] a thing. [01:14:39.360 --> 01:14:43.560] All they do is put a mark on his chart. [01:14:43.560 --> 01:14:44.560] He got a bar grievance. [01:14:44.560 --> 01:14:48.160] They do not care about the specifics of the bar grievance. [01:14:48.160 --> 01:14:51.600] They won't be quick to forget it. [01:14:51.600 --> 01:14:55.760] Absolutely not. [01:14:55.760 --> 01:15:05.560] As far as I know, the bar keeps a tally of how many complaints you get and that never [01:15:05.560 --> 01:15:06.560] goes away. [01:15:06.560 --> 01:15:07.560] Okay. [01:15:07.560 --> 01:15:16.320] He said it's not worth writing these complaints and I said, yes, it is. [01:15:16.320 --> 01:15:21.120] You just got an attorney removed from your case and he's filed a 10-page response with [01:15:21.120 --> 01:15:24.280] a bunch of lies in it. [01:15:24.280 --> 01:15:26.920] Now we're going to go after him for that too. [01:15:26.920 --> 01:15:27.920] Yeah. [01:15:27.920 --> 01:15:31.960] She'd get a bar grievance for the lies. [01:15:31.960 --> 01:15:32.960] That's what we're going to do. [01:15:32.960 --> 01:15:33.960] A separate grievance. [01:15:33.960 --> 01:15:34.960] It is. [01:15:34.960 --> 01:15:40.360] It's going to be an absolute separate grievance. [01:15:40.360 --> 01:15:42.360] You're teaching us well, Randy. [01:15:42.360 --> 01:15:43.360] Wonderful. [01:15:43.360 --> 01:15:44.360] Okay. [01:15:44.360 --> 01:15:46.360] Thank you very much. [01:15:46.360 --> 01:15:47.680] Thank you. [01:15:47.680 --> 01:15:53.920] Coming into a getting close to you than I was segment and I got two more callers. [01:15:53.920 --> 01:15:55.480] I need to move along tonight. [01:15:55.480 --> 01:16:00.560] If we have some more on this, we'll call in tomorrow night, Tina. [01:16:00.560 --> 01:16:01.560] Yeah, I will. [01:16:01.560 --> 01:16:02.560] Thanks a lot. [01:16:02.560 --> 01:16:03.560] Talk to you later. [01:16:03.560 --> 01:16:04.560] Okay. [01:16:04.560 --> 01:16:05.560] Thank you, Tina. [01:16:05.560 --> 01:16:06.560] Okay. [01:16:06.560 --> 01:16:16.720] Now we're about to go to JC in Texas, but we're also about a minute from the break. [01:16:16.720 --> 01:16:18.240] Hello, JC. [01:16:18.240 --> 01:16:19.240] Are you there? [01:16:19.240 --> 01:16:21.240] I am here, Randy. [01:16:21.240 --> 01:16:23.560] Great to talk to you. [01:16:23.560 --> 01:16:25.960] What are you going to talk to us about on the other side? [01:16:25.960 --> 01:16:27.680] You got about 30 seconds. [01:16:27.680 --> 01:16:28.680] Okay. [01:16:28.680 --> 01:16:31.880] Well, I can't believe I'm calling about this, but I had a slip and fall incident. [01:16:31.880 --> 01:16:36.760] It was treated very rudely and man, I need to sue them and I've got $10,000 in medical [01:16:36.760 --> 01:16:37.760] bills already. [01:16:37.760 --> 01:16:38.760] Okay. [01:16:38.760 --> 01:16:39.760] Good. [01:16:39.760 --> 01:16:44.820] Now I know who you are and what it is. [01:18:23.360 --> 01:18:26.800] I'm going to throw away these yucky cookies in the trash. [01:18:26.800 --> 01:18:33.000] I click control shift delete and then scroll down to cookies and clear them. [01:20:06.840 --> 01:20:11.840] And this is Thursday, the 8th of August, 2019. [01:20:11.840 --> 01:20:16.360] And we are speaking with JC in Texas. [01:20:16.360 --> 01:20:27.800] Hold on a second, I've hit go live, but it's going to take my system a second to reset. [01:20:27.800 --> 01:20:33.840] My internet's pretty slow. [01:20:33.840 --> 01:20:34.840] Just refresh. [01:20:34.840 --> 01:20:37.320] Okay, JC, you should be up. [01:20:37.320 --> 01:20:38.320] I'm here. [01:20:38.320 --> 01:20:39.320] I'm here. [01:20:39.320 --> 01:20:40.320] I can hear you loud and clear. [01:20:40.320 --> 01:20:41.320] Can you hear me? [01:20:41.320 --> 01:20:42.320] All right. [01:20:42.320 --> 01:20:43.320] Yes. [01:20:43.320 --> 01:20:44.320] Fantastic. [01:20:44.320 --> 01:20:46.600] Okay, give us the basics of what occurred. [01:20:46.600 --> 01:20:51.360] Well, Randy, you know, my wife and I went out to a very popular restaurant here the [01:20:51.360 --> 01:20:54.920] other, about three weeks ago now and we walked in fine. [01:20:54.920 --> 01:21:00.440] We went up to the counter and ordered our burgers and, and I turned to the left. [01:21:00.440 --> 01:21:03.800] My wife went and sat down at a table and I went to get the napkins and next thing you [01:21:03.800 --> 01:21:08.880] know, it was on my back for about 30 minutes waiting for the ambulance to show up. [01:21:08.880 --> 01:21:14.160] And they're mopping all around me while I'm on the floor and I've called the store and [01:21:14.160 --> 01:21:15.640] you know, I would assume they would have called me. [01:21:15.640 --> 01:21:16.640] I'm in business. [01:21:16.640 --> 01:21:19.600] I would have called the check on my customer, but you know, nothing. [01:21:19.600 --> 01:21:20.720] And then she was rude to me. [01:21:20.720 --> 01:21:21.720] And then I called corporate. [01:21:21.720 --> 01:21:23.040] It was kind of the same thing. [01:21:23.040 --> 01:21:28.000] It's kind of like, well, we had signs and I'm kind of like on a Benny Hill show with [01:21:28.000 --> 01:21:36.680] the wet paint sign, you know, I sat on the wet paint, but I was injured pretty badly. [01:21:36.680 --> 01:21:38.000] Wow. [01:21:38.000 --> 01:21:52.560] Okay, have you, did you get any kind of information from Brahms concerning the, what to do in [01:21:52.560 --> 01:21:53.560] case of the injury? [01:21:53.560 --> 01:21:55.860] Cause I'm sure they have an insurance company. [01:21:55.860 --> 01:22:01.080] Insurance company is going to have policies of what they're required to do. [01:22:01.080 --> 01:22:02.880] They should be required to make reports. [01:22:02.880 --> 01:22:06.680] Well, Randy, they didn't send me any information about insurance company. [01:22:06.680 --> 01:22:08.240] They kind of went, well, tough luck. [01:22:08.240 --> 01:22:09.240] You don't have health insurance. [01:22:09.240 --> 01:22:13.120] And we had signs and you left on your own accord kind of thing. [01:22:13.120 --> 01:22:18.160] And you know, the whole thing has been on my, you know, on my own, I have to do something. [01:22:18.160 --> 01:22:21.160] I've got to sue them. [01:22:21.160 --> 01:22:22.160] Okay. [01:22:22.160 --> 01:22:23.160] This is good. [01:22:23.160 --> 01:22:24.160] This is good. [01:22:24.160 --> 01:22:26.880] Never interfere with someone when they're screwing up. [01:22:26.880 --> 01:22:27.880] Right. [01:22:27.880 --> 01:22:39.080] So, you know, okay, at the end of the day, everything's political. [01:22:39.080 --> 01:22:47.880] It's not gonna, law in this case really is not going to matter because 99.9% of the civil [01:22:47.880 --> 01:22:52.560] cases never get to the trial court. [01:22:52.560 --> 01:22:55.080] They always make a deal. [01:22:55.080 --> 01:23:02.200] So the way to do the best deal is to beat them up as much as possible on the front end. [01:23:02.200 --> 01:23:08.480] So the first thing to do is make content. [01:23:08.480 --> 01:23:14.220] If they're rude, make sure you have a way to record. [01:23:14.220 --> 01:23:25.480] If you have a cell phone, I just ordered a little headset today that it's an earbud, [01:23:25.480 --> 01:23:32.200] but on the outside of the earbud is a microphone. [01:23:32.200 --> 01:23:45.400] So all cell phones have the system block so you can't record the incoming voice. [01:23:45.400 --> 01:23:51.240] What this does is it hears the incoming voice with a little speaker on the earbud. [01:23:51.240 --> 01:24:00.020] You take that and plug it into the cell phone and turn the cell phone on voice record. [01:24:00.020 --> 01:24:07.320] So you can use an external mic, well this acts as an external mic. [01:24:07.320 --> 01:24:14.240] The cell phone will record your voice going into the cell phone itself and since the other [01:24:14.240 --> 01:24:22.240] side's communication is blocked, the speaker at your earbud will pick that up and run it [01:24:22.240 --> 01:24:27.640] in and you can record both sides, it costs like 19 bucks for this thing. [01:24:27.640 --> 01:24:36.720] So I'm going to get it, check it out, but or get a recorder that you can put your phone [01:24:36.720 --> 01:24:40.700] on speaker or something and record both sides. [01:24:40.700 --> 01:24:50.040] Everything needs to be recorded and then call these same people back and do you have a really [01:24:50.040 --> 01:24:54.180] obnoxious side? [01:24:54.180 --> 01:24:56.200] An obnoxious side? [01:24:56.200 --> 01:24:58.160] Yeah, obnoxious. [01:24:58.160 --> 01:25:08.040] A friend of mine told his brother who's a lawyer, he was the city attorney for the city [01:25:08.040 --> 01:25:18.720] of Mansfield when I tried to get one of their officers to arrest the JP and Ken called me [01:25:18.720 --> 01:25:24.080] and he said, what are you doing in Mansfield yesterday, minding my own business Ken? [01:25:24.080 --> 01:25:29.400] So my brother said that that officer told him that you were agitated. [01:25:29.400 --> 01:25:39.880] I said Ken, ask Greg to ask that officer if I got agitated before I asked him to take [01:25:39.880 --> 01:25:49.240] his chicken suit off or after and Ken said, well I told Greg that you have a way of putting [01:25:49.240 --> 01:25:52.400] them over the edge. [01:25:52.400 --> 01:25:56.120] Do you have a way of putting people over the edge? [01:25:56.120 --> 01:26:01.280] I do and actually I got screamed at by the manager, stop yelling, stop yelling, stop [01:26:01.280 --> 01:26:02.280] yelling, stop yelling. [01:26:02.280 --> 01:26:07.400] I said, oh my God, I've got to call corporate, this is not going to work. [01:26:07.400 --> 01:26:11.280] I wish I recorded it too. [01:26:11.280 --> 01:26:20.360] Get something to record with and you see, you can be as upset, unprofessional, and obnoxious [01:26:20.360 --> 01:26:24.360] as you want to because you are not the pro. [01:26:24.360 --> 01:26:30.160] You call in and you're just an ordinary Joe Blow citizen. [01:26:30.160 --> 01:26:34.480] They're the pro, they're supposed to handle you. [01:26:34.480 --> 01:26:41.920] I'm here in weekly county Tennessee and I called the county sheriff and asked the county [01:26:41.920 --> 01:26:52.120] sheriff to arrest his captain because his captain touched me and the county sheriff [01:26:52.120 --> 01:26:56.720] handled me like a pro. [01:26:56.720 --> 01:27:03.120] I like to be handled like a pro, but that doesn't happen often. [01:27:03.120 --> 01:27:08.960] See if you, this guy is required by corporate to handle you like a pro. [01:27:08.960 --> 01:27:12.240] See if you can get him not to. [01:27:12.240 --> 01:27:16.720] That should be very easy to do, they've already done it before. [01:27:16.720 --> 01:27:17.720] Good. [01:27:17.720 --> 01:27:20.920] So now you know how to, how to stick them and giggle them and you know you can get them [01:27:20.920 --> 01:27:23.440] to dance for you. [01:27:23.440 --> 01:27:30.000] So do that, get some recordings, go ahead. [01:27:30.000 --> 01:27:33.400] I would like to get the copy of the video and my wife was taking pictures the whole [01:27:33.400 --> 01:27:38.640] time and they just, they were all just standing around mopping and talking and I can't believe [01:27:38.640 --> 01:27:39.640] it. [01:27:39.640 --> 01:27:43.400] You know, mopping the store in the middle of the day with no, nothing roped off or anything [01:27:43.400 --> 01:27:49.320] and they act like it's my fault that I went in there to buy a hamburger and get body slammed. [01:27:49.320 --> 01:27:51.360] Oh this is so good. [01:27:51.360 --> 01:27:54.640] Whatever you do, don't let them know you have this video. [01:27:54.640 --> 01:27:57.560] Okay, well we have, we have pictures. [01:27:57.560 --> 01:28:00.800] They have a video in the store, I need to get it. [01:28:00.800 --> 01:28:06.480] Oh, that's, okay, we can do that, we'll get to that with discovery. [01:28:06.480 --> 01:28:09.960] Oh, okay, there you go, discovery, got it. [01:28:09.960 --> 01:28:15.680] You're in Texas, oh, oh yes, Texas. [01:28:15.680 --> 01:28:20.400] We'll ask for pre-litigation discovery under Rule 202. [01:28:20.400 --> 01:28:23.320] Very good. [01:28:23.320 --> 01:28:34.560] When you file for pre-litigation discovery, what we'll do is ask the, ask Brahms under [01:28:34.560 --> 01:28:44.000] pre-litigation discovery to provide you with the security tapes from the day this occurred [01:28:44.000 --> 01:28:49.160] and that's going to send up warning buzzers everywhere. [01:28:49.160 --> 01:29:00.520] So don't do that until you have enough recordings of them being non-responsive to your issues [01:29:00.520 --> 01:29:08.840] to the point that their insurance carrier will get apoplexy. [01:29:08.840 --> 01:29:14.840] So once you've run these guys through the ringer and got them to act ignorant, you see [01:29:14.840 --> 01:29:20.440] they never think what they're going to do is going to wind up in front of corporate. [01:29:20.440 --> 01:29:26.100] And if you can get one to cuss you, oh, that is so good. [01:29:26.100 --> 01:29:32.280] So anyway, get that and once you've got your stuff together, we need to do this quickly [01:29:32.280 --> 01:29:40.080] before they have time to claim they erased them, you can imply that you want to compare [01:29:40.080 --> 01:29:48.600] their video to yours so you can make them think you have a video but they never get [01:29:48.600 --> 01:29:49.600] it. [01:29:49.600 --> 01:29:53.240] Okay, hang on, Brett's going to take his stuff. [01:29:53.240 --> 01:29:59.560] It's the rule of law radio and we will be right back. [01:29:59.560 --> 01:30:08.760] Reality TV, sugar, obesity, jet lag, the list of things that makes us dumber just keeps [01:30:08.760 --> 01:30:09.760] on growing. [01:30:09.760 --> 01:30:12.920] But now researchers say we can add stress to the list. [01:30:12.920 --> 01:30:17.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with details in a moment. [01:30:17.000 --> 01:30:18.720] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:18.720 --> 01:30:22.320] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:22.320 --> 01:30:27.320] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:30:27.320 --> 01:30:32.440] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:30:32.440 --> 01:30:35.100] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:30:35.100 --> 01:30:40.720] This message is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, [01:30:40.720 --> 01:30:42.440] Yahoo and Bing. [01:30:42.440 --> 01:30:44.360] Start over with Startpage. [01:30:44.360 --> 01:30:49.000] Are you always on the go and juggling multiple projects? [01:30:49.000 --> 01:30:54.300] If so, you might think that multitasking proves you're smart, but think again, all that stress [01:30:54.300 --> 01:30:56.540] might be eating your brain. [01:30:56.540 --> 01:31:01.140] A new study finds stress reduces the number of connections between neurons, which actually [01:31:01.140 --> 01:31:04.700] makes it harder for people to manage problems. [01:31:04.700 --> 01:31:08.640] Researchers at Yale University found that stressed out people have less gray matter [01:31:08.640 --> 01:31:10.960] in their prefrontal cortex. [01:31:10.960 --> 01:31:16.100] That's the part of the brain that helps us weigh conflicting ideas and regulate our emotions. [01:31:16.100 --> 01:31:18.320] So take a deep breath and chill out. [01:31:18.320 --> 01:31:21.480] It'll help keep your mind as sharp as a tack. [01:31:21.480 --> 01:31:31.280] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:31:31.280 --> 01:31:36.680] This is building seven, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th. [01:31:36.680 --> 01:31:39.000] The government says that fire brought it down. [01:31:39.000 --> 01:31:43.720] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:43.720 --> 01:31:46.400] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:46.400 --> 01:31:49.160] And thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. [01:31:49.160 --> 01:31:50.520] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:50.520 --> 01:31:51.520] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:51.520 --> 01:31:53.000] I'm a New York City correction officer. [01:31:53.000 --> 01:31:54.000] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:54.000 --> 01:31:55.680] I'm a father who lost his son. [01:31:55.680 --> 01:31:58.280] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [01:32:13.440 --> 01:32:16.040] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place. [01:32:16.040 --> 01:32:19.720] The right to act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process [01:32:19.720 --> 01:32:20.720] of law. [01:32:20.720 --> 01:32:24.480] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve [01:32:24.480 --> 01:32:25.800] our rights through due process. [01:34:02.240 --> 01:34:03.560] All right, we are back. [01:34:03.560 --> 01:34:09.840] This is the rule of law radio, Randy Kelton, I'm Brett Fountain and we're talking with [01:34:09.840 --> 01:34:11.840] J.C. in Texas. [01:34:11.840 --> 01:34:12.840] J.C.? [01:34:12.840 --> 01:34:13.840] J.C. [01:34:13.840 --> 01:34:21.680] Wait a minute, I have unmuted him, okay there it went. [01:34:21.680 --> 01:34:25.720] My sister got a lack so it, okay go ahead. [01:34:25.720 --> 01:34:30.120] I'm 55 years old, I'm in pretty good shape and I'm feeling this, I feel like I've been [01:34:30.120 --> 01:34:34.280] thrown from a truck and the way that they treated me, you know I wouldn't want this [01:34:34.280 --> 01:34:39.480] to happen to anybody and I can imagine an 80 year old woman walking in there and falling [01:34:39.480 --> 01:34:44.400] and landing on their elbow and straight on their back, you know I mean I'm still hurting [01:34:44.400 --> 01:34:50.040] and like I said it's been three weeks and just to be treated like this it's like you [01:34:50.040 --> 01:34:53.160] know what, they're going to pay my hospital bills and maybe a little something, I'm not [01:34:53.160 --> 01:34:57.120] looking to get a bunch of money but they should not be mopping in the middle of the day. [01:34:57.120 --> 01:35:04.200] Oh no, no, no, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, you're 55, you're in good shape so you tolerated [01:35:04.200 --> 01:35:05.200] that. [01:35:05.200 --> 01:35:13.600] If you don't kick their butts every way from Sunday, the next 80 year old woman that falls [01:35:13.600 --> 01:35:18.160] down and gets hurt is going to be on you. [01:35:18.160 --> 01:35:21.000] You know it could have killed me, I mean if you hit your head on that, it was a quick [01:35:21.000 --> 01:35:22.000] fall. [01:35:22.000 --> 01:35:31.720] There was a football game we were watching, it was one of the Super Bowl games and one [01:35:31.720 --> 01:35:39.020] of the guys caught the ball and he was pushed out of bounds and he ran right smack into [01:35:39.020 --> 01:35:44.460] a coach's chest, knocked him backwards and you could see his chest hit the ground, his [01:35:44.460 --> 01:35:50.760] head hit the ground and bounced off of it, he died two days later. [01:35:50.760 --> 01:36:00.960] You fall backwards, you fall backwards and hit your head, that rattles the brain around [01:36:00.960 --> 01:36:08.400] in the case, you're in pretty good shape so when you went down and hit, you automatically [01:36:08.400 --> 01:36:11.640] locked your, froze your neck so your head wouldn't smack the floor. [01:36:11.640 --> 01:36:19.840] A 70 or 80 year old might not be able to do that and going down backwards for someone [01:36:19.840 --> 01:36:26.040] my age, I'm 70, that's a near-death experience. [01:36:26.040 --> 01:36:39.760] You die real loose, so you owe it to everybody else to work these guys over and you owe it [01:36:39.760 --> 01:36:42.280] to the company. [01:36:42.280 --> 01:36:45.780] You got all these professionals, you know I run my own company for a long time and when [01:36:45.780 --> 01:36:51.780] people work for me, screw up, you know they're not going to come to me and say, hey boss, [01:36:51.780 --> 01:36:57.120] you know I really screwed up, no that's the last thing that's going to happen. [01:36:57.120 --> 01:37:02.980] The hardest thing for the guys who put their money in the business, the guys who have something [01:37:02.980 --> 01:37:09.140] to risk, the hardest thing for them to get is good information and we're the only ones [01:37:09.140 --> 01:37:10.940] they can get it from. [01:37:10.940 --> 01:37:15.840] I can guarantee you that the president of this company doesn't know how these people [01:37:15.840 --> 01:37:18.340] are treating you. [01:37:18.340 --> 01:37:27.160] He is not going to be a happy camper and you need to do this in a way so you're sure to [01:37:27.160 --> 01:37:30.560] get to him. [01:37:30.560 --> 01:37:37.280] I just sent a letter to the president of Frontier, that's the company that provides my internet [01:37:37.280 --> 01:37:38.280] service. [01:37:38.280 --> 01:37:45.040] I pay for 12 megs down, I got 0.46. [01:37:45.040 --> 01:37:50.760] I called the techs, this is the second time the techs told me they had me throttled six [01:37:50.760 --> 01:37:55.320] megs down, I paid for 12. [01:37:55.320 --> 01:38:03.140] And the reason it's at 0.46 is because they have so many people on this line that is slowing [01:38:03.140 --> 01:38:04.680] the system down. [01:38:04.680 --> 01:38:10.680] I said, so are you telling me that Frontier has oversold their bandwidth? [01:38:10.680 --> 01:38:14.800] Yes, that's what I'm telling you. [01:38:14.800 --> 01:38:19.440] Now I'm sure if his president heard him say that, he would reach down his throat and rip [01:38:19.440 --> 01:38:25.120] his lungs out, but these are guys at the bottom, they don't know any better. [01:38:25.120 --> 01:38:30.240] The stupid guy told me the truth, actually I think he lied to me, I don't think that [01:38:30.240 --> 01:38:36.040] is the problem, that he couldn't figure out what the problem was, so he's feeding me a [01:38:36.040 --> 01:38:38.120] line of garbage. [01:38:38.120 --> 01:38:41.680] But it was a great line of garbage, so I just sent an email to the president, I was able [01:38:41.680 --> 01:38:49.480] to find his email, and asked him where do I send a tort letter. [01:38:49.480 --> 01:38:55.280] Now the president is going to look at that and say, guys, what is this? [01:38:55.280 --> 01:39:02.040] And I told him I paid for 10, you throttled me to 6, and I'm getting 0.4. [01:39:02.040 --> 01:39:06.920] Now he's going to start asking questions because he knows I'm going to sue him. [01:39:06.920 --> 01:39:16.600] You got to get to the top, but in order to get to the top, you need to work through the [01:39:16.600 --> 01:39:17.600] bottom first. [01:39:17.600 --> 01:39:23.320] I got the bottom to give me some really damning information. [01:39:23.320 --> 01:39:29.200] And even though I don't think it's correct, I think he's just feeding me a line of bull [01:39:29.200 --> 01:39:34.320] because he couldn't figure out what was wrong, it's still good information I get to use it. [01:39:34.320 --> 01:39:52.240] So it sounds like JC, you have a perfect setup, from you they're going to have a perfect storm. [01:39:52.240 --> 01:40:00.200] Are you familiar with the process we talk about here on the show? [01:40:00.200 --> 01:40:02.760] Running through the routine? [01:40:02.760 --> 01:40:07.280] Yes, you can run the corporation through the routine. [01:40:07.280 --> 01:40:13.360] When you send a tort letter to them, and the lawyer writes an answer, the first thing you [01:40:13.360 --> 01:40:18.720] do is bargain with your lawyer. [01:40:18.720 --> 01:40:23.840] And then you send a letter addressed to the president, complaining about the frivolous [01:40:23.840 --> 01:40:31.040] response you got from their lawyers, that it was designed to deny you in your remedy, [01:40:31.040 --> 01:40:39.160] and you expected more from a company with the kind of name that Brahms has always had. [01:40:39.160 --> 01:40:44.280] And the president is not going to be happy. [01:40:44.280 --> 01:40:53.080] And then when you file for pre-litigation discovery, the thing you do is a communication [01:40:53.080 --> 01:40:54.080] to them. [01:40:54.080 --> 01:40:59.640] In the pre-litigation discovery, you talk about how the company has been recalcitrant, [01:40:59.640 --> 01:41:04.280] they've been trying to hide information, you need to do pre-litigation discovery to make [01:41:04.280 --> 01:41:10.100] sure they don't destroy all of their tapes so that you can't compare them to yours. [01:41:10.100 --> 01:41:21.160] You imply that you have a whole lot more evidence than you have, and try to make it look like [01:41:21.160 --> 01:41:27.020] they're deliberately trying to deny you in your remedy. [01:41:27.020 --> 01:41:33.880] This is not for the courts, it's for the company president and the board of directors. [01:41:33.880 --> 01:41:43.160] Please think, how do I embarrass the president? [01:41:43.160 --> 01:41:46.840] This could get to be too much fun. [01:41:46.840 --> 01:41:51.720] Well I love listening to all the fun that you help these other people out there take [01:41:51.720 --> 01:41:54.600] these guys to task. [01:41:54.600 --> 01:41:57.680] But I just want to get this behind you. [01:41:57.680 --> 01:42:03.520] Years ago, I had a friend of mine, he had a problem with his phone, they put him on [01:42:03.520 --> 01:42:09.000] a six-party line after he paid extra for a private line, this is years ago, and he was [01:42:09.000 --> 01:42:10.920] furious. [01:42:10.920 --> 01:42:17.100] And I knew that the corporate office was not in Killeen like they said, this was Sintel, [01:42:17.100 --> 01:42:21.640] it was in Chicago, so I called up there and asked who the president was and when they [01:42:21.640 --> 01:42:22.640] said, is there a problem? [01:42:22.640 --> 01:42:30.280] I said, no, my daughter's doing a paper in high school on corporate executives, she wanted [01:42:30.280 --> 01:42:34.560] to do one on the president of Sintel, since Sintel's our carrier, I said, oh well, here [01:42:34.560 --> 01:42:35.560] you go. [01:42:35.560 --> 01:42:39.440] I called back and now I'm P.O.ed. [01:42:39.440 --> 01:42:46.200] I asked for him by name, a real angry voice, and the secretary said, well she's not here, [01:42:46.200 --> 01:42:47.200] Ian. [01:42:47.200 --> 01:42:48.280] Well who is Ian? [01:42:48.280 --> 01:42:49.680] Well Mr. Rice is Ian. [01:42:49.680 --> 01:42:51.280] Well who's he? [01:42:51.280 --> 01:42:54.040] Well he's the chairman of the board. [01:42:54.040 --> 01:42:57.240] Oh, he'll do. [01:42:57.240 --> 01:43:04.120] So I turned to Mark and I said, Mark here, this is Mr. Rice in Chicago, he can help you. [01:43:04.120 --> 01:43:10.800] Mark grabbed the phone, look Rice, I paid you for a private line, you put me on a six-party [01:43:10.800 --> 01:43:15.360] line, I'm going to have my private line if I have to come up to Chicago and kick your [01:43:15.360 --> 01:43:18.640] behind and get it, and he hung up. [01:43:18.640 --> 01:43:22.280] Oh wow, Mark, you know who that was? [01:43:22.280 --> 01:43:29.060] You would not believe the carnage he caused. [01:43:29.060 --> 01:43:30.560] This can be great fun. [01:43:30.560 --> 01:43:33.240] Hang on, about to go to break. [01:43:33.240 --> 01:43:37.480] I still get, this has been 20 years ago and I still get tickled every time I think about [01:43:37.480 --> 01:43:38.480] it. [01:43:38.480 --> 01:43:45.940] Brandy Kelton, Brett Fountain, oh Brett, you were supposed to take us out, not me. [01:43:45.940 --> 01:43:48.940] Take it away. [01:46:48.980 --> 01:46:56.260] they're wishing it was more than opposition to film they know that if they don't do it somebody [01:46:56.260 --> 01:47:10.500] will it's amazing this world will never understand okay we are back this is rule of law radio on this [01:47:10.500 --> 01:47:18.180] the thursday the 8th of august 2019 and we're on our last segment this evening we're speaking with [01:47:18.180 --> 01:47:30.580] jc in texas hello hello you there jc yeah you're up yeah great uh you know i appreciate everything [01:47:30.580 --> 01:47:36.100] you guys do i've been listening for about a year and a half now i love your show uh like you say [01:47:36.100 --> 01:47:40.420] i always say you know pick your battles but this one kind of picked me and i just want to get it [01:47:40.420 --> 01:47:47.380] resolved quickly and uh i'm just shocked at how uh you know they would treat a customer and and you [01:47:47.380 --> 01:47:52.020] know when you fall in their place because of their negligence uh and then they say they're not [01:47:52.020 --> 01:48:00.340] liable i'm like are you kidding me i went in there for a hamburger not like keep keep in mind these [01:48:00.340 --> 01:48:08.100] are employees they're low-level employees and they don't understand how much this company has [01:48:08.100 --> 01:48:13.620] invested in the goodwill of their customers they don't care right i've been a long time [01:48:13.620 --> 01:48:18.740] customer there too but uh i've got a letter that i started i'd like to send it send it to you you [01:48:18.740 --> 01:48:24.100] can read it over real quick if you'd like and let me know what you think maybe i put too much [01:48:24.100 --> 01:48:30.020] information okay i don't know yeah yeah and i'm gonna suggest it's too soon you need to do some [01:48:30.020 --> 01:48:38.020] homework first you need to set them up get them to do a lot of stupid stuff so that you can go to the [01:48:38.020 --> 01:48:43.220] president and say i did this and trying to find remedy i did this trying to find remedy and this [01:48:43.220 --> 01:48:52.580] is how your people responded to me now i'm really p-o'd we're gonna fight and good there's a good [01:48:52.580 --> 01:49:00.260] chance you'll get a call from a high level management or executive trying to make you happy [01:49:00.260 --> 01:49:05.620] to keep you from suing the crap hole at them because if you sue them what they have to pay you [01:49:05.620 --> 01:49:15.620] is nothing compared to what they have to pay their lawyers especially when you start bar grieving them [01:49:17.300 --> 01:49:20.340] okay we're running short of time we've got one more caller [01:49:23.460 --> 01:49:30.420] talk to them say get it get away to record and talk to a few of them [01:49:30.420 --> 01:49:36.500] you know do some practice in getting them p-o'd got it it'll be great [01:49:38.420 --> 01:49:41.940] all right okay thank you thank you jc [01:49:43.060 --> 01:49:48.660] yep have a great evening now we're going to going to greg in tennessee [01:49:50.420 --> 01:49:52.740] if i can get this thing to work [01:49:52.740 --> 01:49:58.180] okay gotcha hello greg [01:50:05.460 --> 01:50:06.420] greg are you there [01:50:09.620 --> 01:50:15.620] i think we put him to sleep yeah it's all all of your eloquent oratory [01:50:15.620 --> 01:50:24.740] wait you didn't have any orator i think greg's the one that was having the issue with the [01:50:24.740 --> 01:50:34.340] constable and greg's one of the ones that's got to win the constable got elected and before he [01:50:34.340 --> 01:50:39.780] was sworn into office the constable is a next-door neighbor with whom i've had a running feud [01:50:39.780 --> 01:50:48.020] yeah running feud for years he gets elected as cons and then before he gets [01:50:48.020 --> 01:50:52.820] sworn in he pulls over his next-door neighbor oops [01:50:55.220 --> 01:51:04.740] oops first getting indicted for it oh yeah he had to step down he had to step down because it was [01:51:04.740 --> 01:51:13.620] and while it was before he was sworn in it was after he was elected so he had to step down he [01:51:13.620 --> 01:51:19.460] was removed quaranto and he they didn't say quaranto but that's what that action is and he [01:51:19.460 --> 01:51:30.340] was indicted so now he's still beating up his neighbor okay so we'll be back tomorrow night [01:51:30.340 --> 01:51:37.940] uh when we finish off we were talking about what i was doing let me talk a little bit about what [01:51:37.940 --> 01:51:49.860] i'm doing i've reworked the rule of law radio site the juris imprudence site and on the juris [01:51:49.860 --> 01:51:57.220] imprudence site my main internet's slow and part of the reason is i have it uploading about 65 gig [01:51:57.220 --> 01:52:04.340] of research that i've done over the years onto this site i've been meaning to do that for a very [01:52:04.340 --> 01:52:12.100] long time and i'm hoping i can get a little time to go in and organize the information better [01:52:12.900 --> 01:52:22.660] but within a few days i will have a juris improvements website up with a massive amount [01:52:22.660 --> 01:52:33.620] of research i've had this huge set of folders that i've named based on subject like if you're [01:52:33.620 --> 01:52:40.980] looking for jurisdiction issues on jurisdiction judicial conduct whatever you can look for a [01:52:40.980 --> 01:52:46.660] folder by that name and all of these stuff i've been coming across over the years i would drop [01:52:46.660 --> 01:52:52.580] into those folders so i have a massive amount of information in there and and i have a lot of [01:52:52.580 --> 01:52:58.740] and i have people send me stuff all the time and where i keep good information i try to sort it [01:52:58.740 --> 01:53:05.300] into the folder so that i can find it again it has been invaluable to me over the years and [01:53:05.300 --> 01:53:14.580] i want to make it available to everybody and i am reason how to put up a site where you can load up [01:53:14.580 --> 01:53:23.700] your own documents so that if you have documents you've written or information you found i want to [01:53:23.700 --> 01:53:30.980] set it up so you can load that up a little we'll build a research repository and hoping to have [01:53:30.980 --> 01:53:37.220] that those two sites reworked in up then the next one i'm going to rework the traffic ticket site [01:53:37.220 --> 01:53:46.260] and i'm getting ready to implement the second half of the traffic ticket site [01:53:47.140 --> 01:53:54.580] it's likely to get kind of scary when i do that because all these papers bret filed in his cases [01:53:57.140 --> 01:54:03.700] we will have that kind of documentation available for everybody criminal complaints [01:54:03.700 --> 01:54:08.900] bar grievances judicial conduct complaints the system would just start spitting them out [01:54:10.020 --> 01:54:16.180] and make those guys make the courts absolutely crazy and that's why i was interested in these [01:54:16.180 --> 01:54:26.100] guys doing audits right now they're just taking on the police on the front end and they seem to [01:54:26.100 --> 01:54:30.500] think that the police are the problem they are not the problem they never have been the problem [01:54:30.500 --> 01:54:37.860] the courts are the problem the courts and the prosecutors who did who failed to keep the police [01:54:37.860 --> 01:54:48.820] in check so now we'll use the fact that the police are not kept in check as a way to lead us into [01:54:48.820 --> 01:54:56.260] beating up the prosecutor and the judges these guys have not lived until we've worked our magic [01:54:56.260 --> 01:55:04.740] on them and if i can get these the all of these thousand guys out there who are willing to go out [01:55:04.740 --> 01:55:11.300] and provoke the plea the police in order to get them to violate a right now i'll show them how to [01:55:12.420 --> 01:55:23.220] use that as the first step right now it's their whole edge and for me that's always been how i [01:55:23.220 --> 01:55:29.700] in how i get the door cracked open and really badly he's like a show to understand what i'm [01:55:29.700 --> 01:55:35.700] talking about once we get that door cracked open then we can work them we can run all over them [01:55:36.420 --> 01:55:43.460] and even now brett if you get pulled over now what do you think the likelihood is they're [01:55:43.460 --> 01:55:48.980] going to want to take you to court well i don't know i don't know if i've gotten that do not [01:55:48.980 --> 01:55:55.620] detain on on what you were talking about i don't know if that's in their system or not but if it's [01:55:55.620 --> 01:56:01.220] anybody that's that's heard of me i think they would be unlikely to want to deal with me uh [01:56:01.220 --> 01:56:08.980] because they've been through there that's that's not why i'm thinking they won't want to deal with [01:56:08.980 --> 01:56:17.460] you it's because when they first talk to you they will start getting these red flags jumping up all [01:56:17.460 --> 01:56:25.380] over the place they'll say this guy is not responding right something you know what it's [01:56:25.380 --> 01:56:31.940] like when you're dealing with something someone and you get that little spidey sense it says hold [01:56:31.940 --> 01:56:42.340] on here right something else is going on here once you understand the process whether you do [01:56:42.340 --> 01:56:49.780] what i do or you do what somebody else does that make a difference once you understand more the [01:56:49.780 --> 01:56:56.980] process the guys on the other side will realize something else is going on right now all these [01:56:56.980 --> 01:57:05.140] guys do know how to do is provoke the police on the sharp end of the spear but when they go in [01:57:05.140 --> 01:57:15.380] and provoke the policeman so that they get the opportunity to call the police on the pool that'll [01:57:15.380 --> 01:57:25.060] change everything i watched one where the guy was at a military base and he did the silent treatment [01:57:25.060 --> 01:57:31.540] on this military guard and the guard finally arrested it the guy had no idea how to handle it [01:57:31.540 --> 01:57:38.340] what you know military base oh my goodness they mess with me in a military base i [01:57:38.980 --> 01:57:42.420] call criminal charges against the guy that arrests me or the guy that [01:57:44.100 --> 01:57:48.580] denies me in my rights i'm going to file criminal charges against the base commander [01:57:49.620 --> 01:57:57.380] and that's pretty fondly superior and you have not lived until you've watched this happen when [01:57:57.380 --> 01:58:03.140] i get done chewing out the base commander he's not going to go to the guy who did this he's going to [01:58:03.140 --> 01:58:09.700] go the guy
