[00:00.000 --> 00:08.000] The following news flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdowns. [00:08.000 --> 00:14.080] Markets for Monday, the 8th of January, 2018, open with gold at $1,320.02 an ounce, silver [00:14.080 --> 00:22.480] $17.20 an ounce, Texas Crude $61.44 an ounce of barrel, Bitcoin $16,020.30, while Bitcoin [00:22.480 --> 00:34.480] cash is at $2,757.56, finally dash coins at $1,284.36, a crypto coin. [00:34.480 --> 00:40.720] Today in history, the year 1835, the United States government national debt is zero for [00:40.720 --> 00:45.760] the first time and presumably only time in the government's existence. Zero government [00:45.760 --> 00:50.480] debt? Today in history. [00:50.480 --> 00:54.360] In recent news, the president will undergo a two-hour physical exam which will include [00:54.360 --> 00:58.520] urine blood analysis, cardiac evaluation, and some more personal prying with sleeping [00:58.520 --> 01:02.920] habits and even his romantic life being discussed with the multi-administration presidential [01:02.920 --> 01:07.800] physician. It seems the president may be wanting to lay to rest. The recent lineup of criticisms [01:07.800 --> 01:11.720] questioning his mental health and stability, apparently some of the president's more recent [01:11.720 --> 01:16.360] tweets directed towards North Korea's Kim Jong-un and the author of the book Fire and [01:16.360 --> 01:20.960] Fury, Michael Wolfe, has many thinking that the president should perhaps be more articulate [01:20.960 --> 01:23.120] and less rash with his tweets. [01:23.120 --> 01:29.960] The U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed cases against Nevada Rancher Clive [01:29.960 --> 01:34.600] and Bundy. It's two sons and a Montana militiaman today. Judge ruled that the government's [01:34.600 --> 01:40.240] lawyers suppressed footage from several cameras that were set up by the FBI around the Bundy's [01:40.240 --> 01:44.280] family home that would have been favorable in the defendant's case when Mr. Bundy was [01:44.280 --> 01:48.680] released today Monday after leaving the courthouse, he told reporters that I've been a political [01:48.680 --> 01:53.440] prisoner for 700 days. He hadn't seen his wife for nearly two years due to the fact [01:53.440 --> 01:57.560] that he had refused any conditional release, which required him to forfeit his trial by [01:57.560 --> 02:01.280] jury rights. [02:01.280 --> 02:05.600] Former Google engineer James D'Amour filed a class action lawsuit against the Alphabet [02:05.600 --> 02:10.360] Corporation on Monday claiming that it discriminates against white men and those with conservative [02:10.360 --> 02:14.960] leaning views. D'Amour was terminated for dismantling a memo, essentially questioning [02:14.960 --> 02:19.640] the company's diversity policies. The suit is basically arguing that Google employees [02:19.640 --> 02:24.360] who express views deviating from corporate sentiments on politics and practices like [02:24.360 --> 02:30.960] diversity hiring policies by a sensitivity and social justice were singled out, mistreated [02:30.960 --> 02:34.080] and systematically punished and terminated from Google. [02:34.080 --> 02:38.320] Google spokesman Tasha Parr said in response that we look forward to defending against [02:38.320 --> 02:40.320] Mr. D'Amour's lawsuit in court. [03:08.320 --> 03:15.320] This is what happens when you call the cops, you get your rights violated or you all get [03:15.320 --> 03:20.320] shot. This is what happens when you call the cops. This is what happens when you call [03:20.320 --> 03:23.320] the cops, you get your rights violated or you all get shot. [03:23.320 --> 03:27.320] I'm thinking people being victimized by criminal cops, psychopathic predators, here are rising [03:27.320 --> 03:31.320] neighborhood blacks, they clip with pepper spray, mate, cuffs, tazes and glass. They like [03:31.320 --> 03:34.320] serial killers that they're not subliminal thoughts, forget what you talk, these cops [03:34.320 --> 03:39.320] have got a license to kill, witness intimidation means that they can use it with, go to silence [03:39.320 --> 03:43.320] means that the people never let out a whistle, and if they go to court they know the judge [03:43.320 --> 03:46.320] will make them a deal, for real, that's why they're stopping me, locking me up, stopping [03:46.320 --> 03:51.320] me confiscating my property, talking in my democracy, making the poor commodity profit [03:51.320 --> 03:52.320] in awful politics. [03:52.320 --> 03:56.320] Good evening, this is the Monday Night Rule of Law radio show with your host Eddie Craig. [03:56.320 --> 04:06.320] It is January 29th, 2018. We are live tonight and we will be live from now on unless problems [04:06.320 --> 04:10.320] arise, but for those of you that have been wondering where I've went and why I've gone, [04:10.320 --> 04:14.320] let me try to enlighten you here just a little bit. [04:14.320 --> 04:22.320] Now, I recently assisted a friend of mine with a hearing at the State Office of Administrative [04:22.320 --> 04:31.320] Hearings, which is a complete non-judicial body of any kind, it is entirely administrative, [04:31.320 --> 04:42.320] and as far as the actual statutory side of things, I kicked their butt and they know [04:42.320 --> 04:52.320] it, but the administrative law judge chose to ignore the law to come to the conclusion [04:52.320 --> 04:59.320] that he had jurisdiction to proceed in a matter where he clearly has none. [04:59.320 --> 05:08.320] Now, this has to do with an irrigation issue where my friend has been in this business [05:08.320 --> 05:14.320] longer than they've even required licensing for it. He does not and will not get a state [05:14.320 --> 05:21.320] license if at all possible for himself, and he's not required to have one for himself. [05:21.320 --> 05:29.320] Never has had to have one himself, yet the entire premise of the case that these people [05:29.320 --> 05:36.320] are trying to go after him for is that he does not personally possess an irrigator's license, [05:36.320 --> 05:40.320] and the statute says very clearly he is not required to. [05:40.320 --> 05:46.320] Now, the second part of that issue is that the statute says that the executive director, [05:46.320 --> 05:54.320] which we will call ED from here on out through this, the ED only has the authority to initiate [05:54.320 --> 06:04.320] an action administratively by the formulation of a report and notice to whoever it is they're [06:04.320 --> 06:18.320] going after if that person is either licensed or permitted by the TCEQ, which is the Texas [06:18.320 --> 06:25.320] Committee on Environmental Quality. Now, that is written right into the statutes, which [06:25.320 --> 06:30.320] this administrative law jerk, I mean judge, completely ignored. [06:30.320 --> 06:36.320] It was in my arguments from the first sentence on, and he's completely ignored it. In fact, [06:36.320 --> 06:43.320] when he made his findings of facts and conclusions of law at the end of this, he specifically [06:43.320 --> 06:51.320] stated the same thing I had stated, which is the court, quote unquote, is required to [06:51.320 --> 06:56.320] take these statutes in paramateria, which means that you have to take all of the relevant [06:56.320 --> 07:01.320] statutes and read them together. He wrote exactly the same thing in his findings of facts and [07:01.320 --> 07:08.320] conclusions of law, except he did not take all of the statutes and read them together. [07:08.320 --> 07:14.320] He specifically excluded any reference in his findings of facts and conclusions of law to [07:14.320 --> 07:22.320] the three specific statutes that showed they don't have any jurisdiction whatsoever over [07:22.320 --> 07:28.320] this individual. Now, the other problem they have with what they were doing is they are [07:28.320 --> 07:35.320] not going after a business entity, which is the only administrative authority they have. [07:35.320 --> 07:46.320] They are targeting an individual man, not his business, but the man, and he is outside of [07:46.320 --> 07:52.320] their administrative authority in that regard, especially considering he is not one of their [07:52.320 --> 08:03.320] license or permit holders. Now, the problem they're going to run into with, I got to notice [08:03.320 --> 08:10.320] here just a few days ago, an email of all places asking me if I would provide a statement to [08:10.320 --> 08:15.320] the State Bar Association because now they want to come after me for unauthorized practice [08:15.320 --> 08:21.320] of law for assisting my friend with this administrative hearing. [08:21.320 --> 08:26.320] Now, I told the administrative law judge that I work with him in this business, so I have [08:26.320 --> 08:32.320] an interest in the business just like he does. And the fact that they're trying to act like [08:32.320 --> 08:38.320] they're targeting the business while they're specifically naming the individual and not [08:38.320 --> 08:45.320] the business should not be allowed to deprive me of my ability to defend my interest in that [08:45.320 --> 08:51.320] business because if that business isn't operating, I don't get paid for digging holes. [08:51.320 --> 08:59.320] Simple enough, right? Now, and yes, I do do this. I mean, I got to get money somewhere, [08:59.320 --> 09:07.320] right? But the fact of the matter is the administrative law judge and the attorneys that were [09:07.320 --> 09:16.320] present all agreed after asking my friend if it was all right with him if I spoke on his [09:16.320 --> 09:24.320] behalf. And he said, yes, giving me at that point verbal power of attorney to deal with [09:24.320 --> 09:32.320] this matter in his stead. And they said, okay, no problem. [09:32.320 --> 09:39.320] Now, right there, State Bar is going to have a really big issue to continue with. If I was [09:39.320 --> 09:44.320] actually doing something wrong, the administrative law judge and the other attorneys present had [09:44.320 --> 09:51.320] a legal duty to not allow it to happen. And they did not. They, in fact, stopped permission [09:51.320 --> 09:58.320] from the individual, which he gave, and then they said, okay, no problem. And we proceeded. [09:58.320 --> 10:04.320] So right there, there's an issue. However, none of that is the real reason I wanted to [10:04.320 --> 10:14.320] bring this up. This is what I want to bring up. I am being sought after for providing a [10:14.320 --> 10:22.320] assistance to people to get themselves out of a situation that an attorney would be [10:22.320 --> 10:29.320] absolutely useless in because they won't do their freaking job. Now, understand this. [10:29.320 --> 10:35.320] The whole premise of the Bar Association's tactics is the layman may not know enough or [10:35.320 --> 10:44.320] can't possibly know enough to do the job as well as we do it correctly and do it correctly. [10:44.320 --> 10:48.320] But we know that's a lie, don't we, folks? Because any of you that have had to deal with [10:48.320 --> 10:53.320] these attorneys knows for a fact this attorney's one purpose is to steal your money and then [10:53.320 --> 11:00.320] get themselves excused from the case. And even if they stay on the case, they refuse to do [11:00.320 --> 11:07.320] their job by presenting the proper arguments that show there's no case here to begin with. [11:07.320 --> 11:17.320] Instead, they work against you, their client, to get you to cut a deal. So everybody gets [11:17.320 --> 11:26.320] your money and the only victim out of all this is you while they all profit from it. [11:26.320 --> 11:32.320] Now, these are the people that are trying to say that I can't do the job as well as they can. [11:32.320 --> 11:38.320] And so I, not being one of them, can't possibly provide any assistance or information to other [11:38.320 --> 11:47.320] people and it be correct. So here is what I would like to put out there for you this evening. [11:47.320 --> 11:53.320] There are many of you that listen to this show that listen to it specifically because the [11:53.320 --> 12:01.320] information I provide to you is verifiably true and accurate. Whether it be about the law, [12:01.320 --> 12:07.320] whether it be about the process, whether it be about the rules of that process, it's verifiably [12:07.320 --> 12:16.320] true and accurate. I have never, never to my recollection, attempted to talk out of my [12:16.320 --> 12:21.320] butt on this show about what the facts are when it comes to these, to the statutes and [12:21.320 --> 12:27.320] the situations and the things that are. Now, I may not know the exact process for every [12:27.320 --> 12:31.320] single thing anybody's ever called into this show and asked me about. And I'll tell you [12:31.320 --> 12:36.320] right up front that I don't know every aspect of law. But then again, neither does a bar [12:36.320 --> 12:41.320] attorney. That's why there are specialists in this area of law, in that area of law and [12:41.320 --> 12:47.320] just like doctors, they don't cross over into areas that they don't practice in daily unless [12:47.320 --> 12:53.320] they're a general practitioner. But then they will never be doing the more serious things [12:53.320 --> 12:58.320] most of the time. They will be doing what's necessary to set that up for someone else to [12:58.320 --> 13:06.320] handle the grunt work, so to speak, or the, I'm sorry, the in court part of it, or the [13:06.320 --> 13:10.320] in operating theater part of it. But the point here being is that they're trying to [13:10.320 --> 13:17.320] promote themselves as being the only people capable of doing this thing that they do. [13:17.320 --> 13:25.320] Now, we know from experience that that's just simply not the case. In the cases where I [13:25.320 --> 13:32.320] have helped others, and some of those cases have been for some very serious offenses, the [13:32.320 --> 13:40.320] attorneys that actually were there before me tried to throw the person under the bus. [13:40.320 --> 13:47.320] And these are some very big name attorneys in some cases. Hell, in one of these cases, [13:47.320 --> 13:54.320] you've seen the attorney that dumped the individual, you've seen him on TV, you've seen him on [13:54.320 --> 14:01.320] Alex Jones, you've seen him making a big deal about how good he is. And he still dumped [14:01.320 --> 14:07.320] the man rather than make the arguments that were necessary to defend him and get the charges [14:07.320 --> 14:22.320] against him dismissed. So I helped out. Not only did we get the charges against him dropped, [14:22.320 --> 14:30.320] we got them dropped with prejudice. I made the arguments on behalf of this gentleman [14:30.320 --> 14:38.320] in his legal pleadings that the attorney would not make knowing that they were right, but [14:38.320 --> 14:46.320] would not make them for the benefit of his client because the judge or judges in this [14:46.320 --> 14:54.320] case might not like what he had to do to get his client vindicated and thus punish his [14:54.320 --> 15:01.320] future clients if he ever had to appear in their court. Now I want to ask you people, [15:01.320 --> 15:07.320] what kind of justice do you think you're going to get in a courtroom where your attorney is [15:07.320 --> 15:17.320] playing footsies with the judge to kiss their butt for somebody in the future's benefit [15:17.320 --> 15:25.320] by throwing you under the bus today? How are you getting fair and equal treatment? How [15:25.320 --> 15:32.320] is that something that makes the bar association and its members more capable than someone [15:32.320 --> 15:41.320] like me? What makes them more justified in taking money from people's pockets than for [15:41.320 --> 15:49.320] someone like me to simply help people as much as I can? The whole premise of this show was [15:49.320 --> 15:56.320] to bring to light the sordid underbelly of this system that we have to live in for the [15:56.320 --> 16:05.320] moment. And I want to tell you that that underbelly, when you get through that and into the meat [16:05.320 --> 16:12.320] of it, the meat of the snake is the attorneys. The meat of the snake is the bar associations, [16:12.320 --> 16:22.320] both state and national. Nowhere in any legislation that has ever been enacted at any level of [16:22.320 --> 16:31.320] government was an entire branch of the people's republican form of government supposed to [16:31.320 --> 16:42.320] be turned over to an elitist class of persons and their absolute and total control. But [16:42.320 --> 16:46.320] that, ladies and gentlemen, is what has happened to the entire judicial branch of government [16:46.320 --> 16:52.320] in every state of the union. And we'll get into that a little bit more on the other side [16:52.320 --> 17:18.320] after this break. Like I said, rule of law radio, we are live, so y'all hang on. [17:18.320 --> 17:26.320] Oh, that's an actual apple. Yummy apple. I'm going to throw away these yucky cookies in [17:26.320 --> 17:33.320] the trash. I click control, shift, delete, and then scroll down to cookies and clear them. [17:33.320 --> 17:39.320] Bye bye, yucca cookies. Now I go to logosradionetwork.com and I click on the Amazon box on the [17:39.320 --> 17:45.320] upper right-hand side, bookmark the link, and I can go to Amazon through this link and order [17:45.320 --> 17:51.320] you some yummy new cookie. New cookies for me. Consider it an early Christmas present. [17:51.320 --> 17:56.320] And every time I order on Amazon, I go through this link and I give a little present to this [17:56.320 --> 18:00.320] radio network too. See yous for cookie. See yous for classified. [18:00.320 --> 18:05.320] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even lawsuits? [19:28.320 --> 19:33.320] Folks, this is the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show. I apologize. The first segment [19:33.320 --> 19:42.320] was the archive on my rant over the attorneys. It is, in reality, we are live, but I was [19:42.320 --> 19:49.320] messing up on the production console on how to get on tonight. That was my fault, though. [19:49.320 --> 19:56.320] It is February 12th, 2018, and yes, I am here. This isn't a live show except for the first [19:56.320 --> 20:03.320] segment. It was a replay of the attorney rant archive. But the thing is, is the attorney rant [20:03.320 --> 20:12.320] isn't over. I have had the disappointment, once again, this week of having to interact [20:12.320 --> 20:18.320] with attorneys directly in different forums, including on Facebook and some discussion [20:18.320 --> 20:23.320] on what people are still insisting on calling the right to travel and all this kind of stuff, [20:23.320 --> 20:28.320] which we've discussed on this show before. It is the right to liberty through locomotion [20:28.320 --> 20:34.320] is how the courts have ruled on it, not the right to travel. The right to travel relates [20:34.320 --> 20:45.320] to international movement, not to local, between the state's movement. So just keep that in [20:45.320 --> 20:52.320] mind. But my point with the attorneys is this. The attorneys prove, once again, that they [20:52.320 --> 21:00.320] are absolutely incapable of accepting any information whatsoever that does not come from [21:00.320 --> 21:08.320] one of their superiors, such as a judge, and then only if they don't disagree with them, [21:08.320 --> 21:16.320] or another attorney. Someone that has spent years researching anything that an attorney [21:16.320 --> 21:21.320] wants to disagree with, he will find a way to disagree with, whether he actually knows [21:21.320 --> 21:29.320] anything at all about the subject or not. To them, it's absolutely irrelevant. Now the [21:29.320 --> 21:35.320] case in point was a discussion over specifically the Texas Transportation Code, which I will [21:35.320 --> 21:43.320] put my knowledge up against any attorneys any day of the week about that code and the [21:43.320 --> 21:52.320] particular chapters that relate to everyday use of the roads. Any attorney, any judge. [21:52.320 --> 21:59.320] But that doesn't stop these guys from arrogantly making the argument that because they are a [21:59.320 --> 22:05.320] prosecutor or this, that or the other, that they would do whatever it took to win the [22:05.320 --> 22:12.320] case and succeed. Well, that's how we got here. The fact that you would use underhanded [22:12.320 --> 22:19.320] tactics to hide the truth in order to win the victory does not speak well of you as a [22:19.320 --> 22:28.320] prosecutor, nor as a person. What it does speak of you as is a Nazi style individual that [22:28.320 --> 22:33.320] will do anything to win and use the force of the government to ensure that you do end [22:33.320 --> 22:45.320] the story. Now this guy that I'm referring to goes by the name of Sam Campbell and I'm [22:45.320 --> 22:50.320] assuming from the way he was talking and the way he was trying to argue his side of things, [22:50.320 --> 22:58.320] that he is an attorney somewhere here in Texas. But he went directly into the statutes and [22:58.320 --> 23:02.320] he read the statutes without reading all of the statutes, which is another thing [23:02.320 --> 23:08.320] attorneys excel at. He reads only the part that he wants to bolster the position that [23:08.320 --> 23:15.320] he wants to take, but he takes no consideration of the lack of information he has from the [23:15.320 --> 23:23.320] rest of the law and how it changes what he's trying to accomplish. And he doesn't care. [23:23.320 --> 23:29.320] He cared absolutely nothing for the fact that I showed him that you're missing this, [23:29.320 --> 23:33.320] you're missing this, you're missing this. You're reading it outside of the context that [23:33.320 --> 23:38.320] the legislature established for it and blah, blah, blah. Therefore your interpretation is [23:38.320 --> 23:47.320] incorrect. And he could not accept that because he's an attorney. He's a prosecutor. [23:47.320 --> 23:54.320] So he is omnipotent. The thing about it is he's not the only one of us like that. Most [23:54.320 --> 24:02.320] of them I have ever encountered are like that. And even when you can actually get them to [24:02.320 --> 24:08.320] sit down and look at something and listen to something, they still refuse to accept it [24:08.320 --> 24:13.320] for what it is. They keep insisting you still have to be missing something or we wouldn't [24:13.320 --> 24:19.320] be where we are with this at this point in time. You know what other kind of discussions [24:19.320 --> 24:25.320] in law this reminds me of? The income tax discussions. Where the government attorneys [24:25.320 --> 24:29.320] tell you day in and day out everybody's got to pay the tax. No matter what you do, no matter [24:29.320 --> 24:33.320] who you are, no matter where you live, no matter what your occupation, you got to pay the [24:33.320 --> 24:44.320] income tax. Which we know is a lie. It's not simply just misinformed at this point. [24:44.320 --> 24:50.320] It's a lie because there is too much information out there available that with a little bit [24:50.320 --> 24:57.320] of time and effort could be verified to show that the information they're relying on right [24:57.320 --> 25:07.320] now is wrong. Just as it always has been. This didn't change yesterday. This is the way it [25:07.320 --> 25:16.320] has always been. Yet the attorneys have always insisted that this is how it works. And nothing [25:16.320 --> 25:25.320] you say or do changes that. Well folks, what that means is that the attorneys are not [25:25.320 --> 25:36.320] operating by the rule of law. They are operating solely by presumption and opinion regardless [25:36.320 --> 25:48.320] of the law. I'm telling you and I'm telling you true. The biggest problem affecting this [25:48.320 --> 26:00.320] country is putting power in the hands of somebody that calls themselves an attorney. That is [26:00.320 --> 26:10.320] the biggest mistake we could possibly be making in this country. These people, they control [26:10.320 --> 26:19.320] everything because they've taken over every part of our government. And they are setting [26:19.320 --> 26:28.320] up a society where they are the one-eyed man in the kingdom of the blind. You know that [26:28.320 --> 26:38.320] story? In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king. Well, in the land of the law, he [26:38.320 --> 26:48.320] who gets to interpret what it means regardless of what it says is the king. And that ladies [26:48.320 --> 26:56.320] and gentlemen, is where you find yourself. That's the whole reason I got into doing this [26:56.320 --> 27:03.320] in the first place. I was sick and tired of being lied to. I was being sick and tired [27:03.320 --> 27:12.320] of being fed a crap sandwich and being told it was roast beef. When is that going to happen [27:12.320 --> 27:27.320] for you? When is enough enough? See, that's a problem. Now, right now I've got a little [27:27.320 --> 27:33.320] issue here. I'm having a bit of a confusion because my headphones is telling me one thing [27:33.320 --> 27:38.320] and my caller board is telling me something else. My caller board says I'm on break right [27:38.320 --> 27:44.320] now. I don't know why that is. So hopefully you're still hearing my voice because I didn't [27:44.320 --> 27:50.320] hear anything kick off on the console here to say that we were off the air. But in any [27:50.320 --> 28:04.320] case, we can trace every downturn in individual rights and liberty to something that the [28:04.320 --> 28:15.320] attorneys used the courts to do. Think about that. You go back through American history [28:15.320 --> 28:20.320] and you find the turning point where a right became a privilege or it became something [28:20.320 --> 28:26.320] that was no longer an actual right to begin with and you will find a court opinion that [28:26.320 --> 28:34.320] is responsible for it. You will find an attorney's argument that was responsible for it. And [28:34.320 --> 28:42.320] you will find one or more panels of judges who were willing to sell out the rights of [28:42.320 --> 28:55.320] the people for political gain and government expediency without fail, every single one. [28:55.320 --> 29:05.320] This is the problem with letting people assume control of public offices without having to [29:05.320 --> 29:14.320] first prove a clear understanding of the Constitution and the individual rights it was meant to [29:14.320 --> 29:23.320] protect. When you give someone the power to ignore those things so they can do what they [29:23.320 --> 29:29.320] want instead of what they're required to do, you should not be surprised when everything [29:29.320 --> 29:42.320] you thought you had is gone. And we are losing those rights every single day. More and more [29:42.320 --> 29:50.320] farther and farther down the road, liberty should be used only in the past tense in [29:50.320 --> 29:55.320] America at this point. Alright folks, we're going to take a break. We'll be right back [29:55.320 --> 30:21.320] so y'all hang in there. [30:21.320 --> 30:27.320] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. So [30:27.320 --> 30:33.320] protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, [30:33.320 --> 30:38.320] it's worth hanging on to. This message is brought to you by startpage.com, the private [30:38.320 --> 30:45.320] search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. Start over with Start Page. [30:45.320 --> 30:51.320] It's disturbing enough that big brother governments use facial recognition technology to identify [30:51.320 --> 30:56.320] and track people on the streets. Now clothing companies in Europe, Canada and America are [30:56.320 --> 31:01.320] getting in on the act. So where do they hide the cameras? In the eyes of mannequins. That's [31:01.320 --> 31:06.320] right, those glamorous plastic ladies in the display windows may be watching you back. [31:06.320 --> 31:12.320] They're called eye seers and their job is to log the age, gender and race of passersby [31:12.320 --> 31:18.320] so retailers can devise new schemes to get you to buy. But hang on, aren't mannequins [31:18.320 --> 31:23.320] spooky enough already? This is taking weird science to a whole new level. I'm Dr. [31:23.320 --> 31:51.320] Catherine Albrecht for startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. [31:53.320 --> 32:00.320] That saves you space, time and money. [33:12.320 --> 33:35.320] I'm on the highway to hell, highway to hell. I'm on the highway to hell, highway to hell. [33:35.320 --> 33:43.320] Alright folks, we are back. Like I say, the first segment was an archive. Alright? [33:43.320 --> 33:51.320] But we are live. This is not an archive. It is February 12th. I am here and I am doing [33:51.320 --> 33:58.320] the show. Okay? So keep that in mind. Alright, now, back to where we were here with the [33:58.320 --> 34:04.320] attorneys. I have turned the phones on. The call in number is 512-646-1984. [34:04.320 --> 34:12.320] If you want to start calling and get in line. But back to the issue of the attorneys. [34:12.320 --> 34:19.320] If you think about how things have been arranged, it's getting more and more to the point where [34:19.320 --> 34:28.320] you cannot do anything that does not require the assistance of an attorney to get it done [34:28.320 --> 34:37.320] so that you are protected from something. Now, before, it was not so easy to sue somebody [34:37.320 --> 34:46.320] for stupid things. Especially stupid things that you were responsible for yourself. [34:46.320 --> 34:52.320] Even if you injured yourself on their property, that was not their problem. That was your [34:52.320 --> 35:01.320] problem. But thanks to attorneys, it no longer works that way. Now, you have to basically [35:01.320 --> 35:09.320] seal yourself and your property into a super secure bubble just in case one of your neighbors [35:09.320 --> 35:14.320] is so stupid that he comes onto your property in the middle of the night and blows his head [35:14.320 --> 35:23.320] off with a gun. And now, everybody in his family gets to sue you because he committed [35:23.320 --> 35:32.320] suicide in your yard. Or a burglar breaks into your home and injures himself while he's [35:32.320 --> 35:48.320] breaking in and ensues you and wins. Everything like that can be blamed on attorneys. They [35:48.320 --> 35:55.320] create conflict where common sense says no conflict should exist. They create conflict [35:55.320 --> 36:06.320] that requires their assistance to resolve or you get mistreated because you're not one [36:06.320 --> 36:13.320] of them. Take your pick. It's a catch-22. You can't get justice without an attorney [36:13.320 --> 36:17.320] because the courts don't like you if you're not an attorney because an attorney is who's [36:17.320 --> 36:21.320] sitting on that bench or someone who wants to be an attorney or someone who wants to [36:21.320 --> 36:26.320] impress those attorneys or someone who wants to make a paycheck more than they want to [36:26.320 --> 36:42.320] do what's right. Either way, you and I are screwed in the end. Okay? We need to figure [36:42.320 --> 36:53.320] out a different way. We need to remove these people and their power over us and never, ever [36:53.320 --> 37:03.320] allow them anywhere near power again. There was a reason that attorneys have been despised [37:03.320 --> 37:13.320] for decades. Before we ever came to America, they were despised even in England and even [37:13.320 --> 37:22.320] more so once they got here. You will notice that not one of the founding fathers advertised [37:22.320 --> 37:29.320] that they were an attorney if they were. They went by their names. They never put Esquire [37:29.320 --> 37:40.320] at the end of their name. But then again, you didn't have to have a license to be an [37:40.320 --> 37:46.320] attorney. All you had to be was knowledgeable in the law and capable in applying and using [37:46.320 --> 37:52.320] it. Sure, they had law schools, but it wasn't a requirement that you ever attended one. [37:52.320 --> 38:03.320] Lincoln didn't. He became an attorney straight out by reading a law book, which was true [38:03.320 --> 38:12.320] for most of the founding fathers. They studied law. They studied philosophy of law. But these [38:12.320 --> 38:16.320] attorneys today don't know squat about that because they're being taught by liberal law [38:16.320 --> 38:24.320] professors and they're being taught how to use opinion over common sense. [38:24.320 --> 38:31.320] Now, I reposted that meme that I was talking about. I reposted it today, the one I talked [38:31.320 --> 38:37.320] about on the show last week from the movie A Civil Action with John Travolta and how [38:37.320 --> 38:42.320] they're talking about out in the hallway and he goes, the jury will see the truth and the [38:42.320 --> 38:48.320] other attorney goes, I thought we were in a court of law. This is not a place for the [38:48.320 --> 38:55.320] truth. You will find anything in this building that even resembles the truth. [38:55.320 --> 39:03.320] And that is the most accurate statement of American law that I have ever seen put forth. [39:03.320 --> 39:12.320] Truth and justice be damned. Win your case. Get your promotion. Make your money. [39:12.320 --> 39:19.320] Win your public office for being victorious. But screw everybody in the process if that's [39:19.320 --> 39:31.320] what it takes to get there, including those that you're supposed to defend or prosecute. [39:31.320 --> 39:37.320] To me, there is a very big difference between a zealous prosecutor doing his job to the best [39:37.320 --> 39:46.320] of his ability and doing the job dishonestly to win at all costs. [39:46.320 --> 39:55.320] Everyone is entitled to a fair trial, but you know what they have never told you? [39:55.320 --> 40:02.320] No one's ever said you're entitled to a fair justice system. Now you would think those [40:02.320 --> 40:16.320] two things go hand in hand, but do they? Because if this system was actually about justice, [40:16.320 --> 40:29.320] the majority of things that go on in it wouldn't be going on at all. [40:29.320 --> 40:40.320] It is the creation of conflict for profit. It is the attorney's starting fights where [40:40.320 --> 40:51.320] they're the only one that reefs a benefit. Always. [40:51.320 --> 40:58.320] When do we change it? There are lots of ways we could change it. There are lots of ways [40:58.320 --> 41:06.320] I would like to see it changed. But the problem is how do we go about implementing it? [41:06.320 --> 41:14.320] How do we as a people for Texas rewrite the Texas Constitution ourselves to take this [41:14.320 --> 41:22.320] power away from those who have learned to abuse it professionally? [41:22.320 --> 41:31.320] How do we establish a recognized constitutional convention for the state of Texas to rewrite [41:31.320 --> 41:39.320] a Constitution that does what a Constitution should have done from the very beginning, [41:39.320 --> 41:49.320] which is have teeth that the people can use against the public servants? [41:49.320 --> 41:56.320] And then a requirement that only those that can adhere to it by showing their knowledge [41:56.320 --> 42:03.320] of it are allowed to hold the office. And once they're in that office, [42:03.320 --> 42:12.320] their failure to abide by what they admittedly knew to be true when they assumed the position [42:12.320 --> 42:19.320] is a criminal act punishable not only by removal from office, but prison time. [42:19.320 --> 42:23.320] See, those are the kind of things that should be written into every Constitution. [42:23.320 --> 42:29.320] A public servant's failure to comply with all provisions of this Constitution is a criminal act [42:29.320 --> 42:36.320] punishable under the act of sedition. This shall be no less than a second degree felony. [42:36.320 --> 42:43.320] It shall require no less than 10 to 15 years minimum time at hard labor in a prison [42:43.320 --> 42:51.320] for its violation. And if the violation resulted in injury or death to an innocent individual, [42:51.320 --> 43:00.320] then it's a capital offense, and you're going to pay permanent. [43:00.320 --> 43:08.320] See, these are the kinds of teeth a Constitution for the people should actually have, [43:08.320 --> 43:19.320] because then there is no question that they are accountable to us. [43:19.320 --> 43:23.320] So what do we do? When do we do it? How do we do it? [43:23.320 --> 43:32.320] What will it take? How many will it take? Who cares enough to do it? [43:32.320 --> 43:40.320] I mean, jeez. You know, there's only, but really only three of us on this here network. [43:40.320 --> 43:45.320] Four, if you count the really behind the scenes tech people and all that good stuff, [43:45.320 --> 43:51.320] but I got to tell you, we can't do everything up here all by ourselves, believe me. [43:51.320 --> 43:55.320] We do the best we can, but we've got to get that information in your hands. [43:55.320 --> 43:57.320] Then we've got to work together to make the change. [43:57.320 --> 44:26.320] Y'all hang on. We'll be right back. [44:27.320 --> 44:33.320] Jurisdictionary was created by a licensed attorney with 22 years of case-winning experience. [46:17.320 --> 46:42.320] Alright folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. [46:42.320 --> 46:47.320] Call in number 512-646-1984. [46:47.320 --> 46:52.320] The phones are on if you want to call in. We are going to start taking callers now. [46:52.320 --> 46:58.320] Also, if you haven't got it and you have tickets or anything like that you need to fight, [46:58.320 --> 47:04.320] consider looking into the traffic seminar that we have here to help support the network and to support yourself. [47:04.320 --> 47:15.320] It contains an awful lot of information. I am working on an updated 2.0 version which is not an update to the existing one. [47:15.320 --> 47:26.320] It is an all new rewrite of every single thing in the seminar and it will be a whole lot of different stuff than what is in there right now. [47:26.320 --> 47:35.320] Hopefully this time I am taking my time. I am not under any real time constraint to get it done. [47:35.320 --> 47:40.320] Hopefully I can do a much better job of getting the entire book set redone. [47:40.320 --> 47:49.320] Getting everything in documentation form where I can actually provide you instructions on every single thing to file and when. [47:49.320 --> 48:02.320] At least as best as I can in a general sense. You are not going to save money by not buying the seminar that exists now and just waiting to get the other one later. [48:02.320 --> 48:14.320] You will actually save money if you do the upgrade version of it by getting the one that exists now and then getting the upgrade to the new one when it is done. [48:14.320 --> 48:21.320] The new one is going to cost a lot more if you buy it as the original than what the old one did. [48:21.320 --> 48:29.320] I am only going to maintain the old one for that upgrade purpose for a short amount of time after I get the new one done. [48:29.320 --> 48:38.320] There is a lot of work and I do mean a lot that is going into the second version of this. [48:38.320 --> 48:53.320] Seminar 2.0 is going to be completely kick ass and the more that I have to put into it the more I am going to have to charge to make that up and live off of because that takes a lot of work to keep up with. [48:53.320 --> 48:59.320] The more documents I add to something the more things I have to spend time keeping updated and ready to go. [48:59.320 --> 49:14.320] Fortunately the laws themselves do not change but every couple of years except when they are set to alter in three to six month increments, 60 day increments sometimes from when they are actually enacted. [49:14.320 --> 49:25.320] Sometimes there are small changes that need to be made through the course of a year but the arguments can be changed on a very regular basis depending upon what is working and what is not. [49:25.320 --> 49:32.320] So that could always be changing but that puts a lot of work on me to have to maintain that that way. [49:32.320 --> 49:49.320] So I try to write them where they will work the best in almost any given situation relating to what that document is for to try to minimize the impact of having to maintain those changes but that doesn't mean they are going to be non-existent, not by a long shot. [49:49.320 --> 49:58.320] So if you are thinking of waiting for the new one because you think you are going to save money but not buying them both and that is only going to be not true. [49:58.320 --> 50:00.320] It is just not. [50:00.320 --> 50:02.320] So keep that in mind. [50:02.320 --> 50:03.320] All right. [50:03.320 --> 50:06.320] Now that being said let's get started with our callers. [50:06.320 --> 50:10.320] This is Storm in Utah. [50:10.320 --> 50:11.320] Hello? [50:11.320 --> 50:12.320] Yeah. [50:12.320 --> 50:13.320] Yeah. [50:13.320 --> 50:14.320] Hi. [50:14.320 --> 50:15.320] What can we do for you? [50:15.320 --> 50:19.320] Well I just want to, it's like talking to a movie star. [50:19.320 --> 50:25.320] I wouldn't go that far even though I've actually been in a couple of movies but I wouldn't go that far. [50:25.320 --> 50:28.320] Well don't give up. [50:28.320 --> 50:31.320] The problem is it's not what you're teaching. [50:31.320 --> 50:34.320] What you're teaching is too incorrect I believe. [50:34.320 --> 50:36.320] 100%. [50:36.320 --> 50:42.320] The problem is it is the mentality that's out there. [50:42.320 --> 50:46.320] And I'm sure you know that but you know just don't give up. [50:46.320 --> 50:51.320] So I'm here in Utah and I listen to this other radio still here. [50:51.320 --> 50:58.320] And our state attorney general is a bar member. [50:58.320 --> 51:01.320] They come after him. [51:01.320 --> 51:03.320] The FBI come after him. [51:03.320 --> 51:06.320] Dr. Doardown went into his house. [51:06.320 --> 51:10.320] He's kind of one of them you know. [51:10.320 --> 51:17.320] But even after seeing how the law operates and how out of control it is. [51:17.320 --> 51:24.320] He still acts like, I don't know how they even explain it. [51:24.320 --> 51:29.320] So he's on the radio now as a legal advisor. [51:29.320 --> 51:38.320] And it's just kind of comical because you know like this, you can't, he still don't see the other side. [51:38.320 --> 51:45.320] He still don't see the infor priorities, how messed up things are. [51:45.320 --> 51:52.320] But what I don't understand at what point in our legislature I'll become lawyer. [51:52.320 --> 51:55.320] At the state level and the federal level. [51:55.320 --> 51:57.320] Well that was by design. [51:57.320 --> 51:59.320] That was intentional. [51:59.320 --> 52:12.320] In the 50s the state bar was investigated by McCarthy as a communist organization for the purpose of subverting American government. [52:12.320 --> 52:16.320] He went after the bar associations as communist organizations. [52:16.320 --> 52:22.320] And they hid behind the constitutional protections that they were trying to overthrow of all things. [52:22.320 --> 52:25.320] Talk about irony. [52:25.320 --> 52:30.320] But the fact is, is that the, go ahead. [52:30.320 --> 52:34.320] Well I don't know what the Muslims are doing. [52:34.320 --> 52:46.320] I mean they're infiltrating, there's 36 training centers set up throughout the United States and they're out and open as their intent is. [52:46.320 --> 52:50.320] But they're hiding behind federal law. [52:50.320 --> 52:56.320] Well again you can thank the people that are trying to subvert the country for doing that. [52:56.320 --> 53:07.320] What would the communists have as a useful tool in causing racial and cultural divisions in this country? [53:07.320 --> 53:10.320] How would that give them an advantage? [53:10.320 --> 53:12.320] A distraction. [53:12.320 --> 53:13.320] What else? [53:13.320 --> 53:19.320] A distraction is easy enough to ignore if you know it's a distraction so what else would it give them? [53:19.320 --> 53:23.320] Access to the court, I don't know. [53:23.320 --> 53:28.320] It gives them the opportunity to create conflict between cultures and races. [53:28.320 --> 53:36.320] It's race-baiting, it's multiculturalism where we want you to hate the Jews, we want you to hate the Muslims, we want them to hate you. [53:36.320 --> 53:41.320] That way nobody's organized and nobody's working together against them. [53:41.320 --> 53:46.320] And they are using all of this chaos to their advantage. [53:46.320 --> 53:59.320] Because now the population is too busy with all this other stuff to keep an eye on what they're doing using the power of the offices they'll unconstitutionally occupy. [53:59.320 --> 54:22.320] Well I like what you said about the provisions in the Constitution that I mean just for instance if a school teacher molests a child then he's punished worse than a stranger say because he's in a position of trust. [54:22.320 --> 54:29.320] Well these people are in a position of trust but they're in the position of the public trust. [54:29.320 --> 54:36.320] They have all the public's well-being at their feet and their trample on it. [54:36.320 --> 54:51.320] And so yeah I think there should be much stiffer penalties if you are a public official especially in the capacity that they're operating in that key knowledge exhibition. [54:51.320 --> 54:55.320] Well the thing is is they wouldn't be much stiffer penalties. [54:55.320 --> 54:59.320] Those would be the penalties set for public office. [54:59.320 --> 55:08.320] If you violate the Constitution while holding a public office the penalty is the same for the clerk as it is for the Attorney General. [55:08.320 --> 55:11.320] Right, right, right. [55:11.320 --> 55:18.320] But see that's what we're asking them to police themselves while we know that ain't gonna happen. [55:18.320 --> 55:37.320] Now that's the whole point. If the Constitution was written the way it needs to be written which is any person or any one of the people of the state may enforce this Constitution by any and all means necessary including the apprehension, arrest and prosecution of any public official for its violation. [55:37.320 --> 55:44.320] If that was written specifically into the Constitution in the Bill of Rights they wouldn't be policing themselves. [55:44.320 --> 55:52.320] We would be policing them daily. We would be marching down on the legislative floor and hauling them out bodily and hanging them in a tree. [55:52.320 --> 56:06.320] I agree. I agree. But don't you find it interesting and I never thought about that you just mentioned that but the federal Constitution, the original Constitution does not have those provisions in it. [56:06.320 --> 56:22.320] Well no Constitution does. That's my point. Every Constitution if it is truly for the benefit of the people should have made very, very certain to make sure the people maintain that control without any illusion whatsoever. [56:22.320 --> 56:31.320] But aren't state constitutions to mirror the original Constitution? [56:31.320 --> 56:43.320] Well the state constitutions are the originals. They came from the Federalist Papers. That's where all that came from. But either way it doesn't matter. [56:43.320 --> 57:02.320] The thing about it is, is it doesn't matter whether we're talking about the Federal Constitution or the State Constitution, the people of that time that were working to put these governments in place had one firm belief about American individuals. [57:02.320 --> 57:16.320] That we would never allow immoral men to hold the office and thus imperil the entire system the way it is right now. [57:16.320 --> 57:36.320] They trusted us to use the due diligence that they made sure we had access to and our power to stay armed and to use those arms to defend that Constitution to have the moral fiber and fortitude to actually do it. [57:36.320 --> 57:42.320] And we have failed them miserably and ourselves in the process. [57:42.320 --> 57:48.320] Yeah, it's our duty to sell upon them once they violate that. [57:48.320 --> 57:59.320] Well, yeah, I wish I knew where the starting point was. I don't know where the starting point is to rectify it. [57:59.320 --> 58:13.320] Well, therein lies the rub. I'm seriously to the point of considering the fact that America can no longer be saved by any political process. We are now on the verge of civil war number two. [58:13.320 --> 58:24.320] It is the only way the people are going to regain control of their government and properly punish those responsible for where we are. [58:24.320 --> 58:34.320] That's just the only way it's going to happen at this point because they're not going to cooperate to have themselves put in jail. You bet on that. [58:34.320 --> 58:37.320] Much less hung. [58:37.320 --> 58:42.320] All right, laws to frame themselves in. [58:42.320 --> 58:46.320] Yeah, all right. Well, I got a break coming up. So hang on just a second storm and I'll get you on the other side. [58:46.320 --> 58:58.320] All right, folks, 512-646-1980. [01:00:05.320 --> 01:00:13.320] Markets for Wednesday the 29th of November open with gold at $1,295.52 an ounce, silver $16.89 an ounce, [01:00:13.320 --> 01:00:30.320] Texas Crude $57.99 a barrel, Bitcoin broke $10,000 and is sitting at $10,278 U.S. dollars, and Dashcoin is sitting at about $643 U.S. fiat. [01:00:30.320 --> 01:00:40.320] Today in History, the year 1963, U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson establishes the Warren Commission to investigate the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. [01:00:40.320 --> 01:00:43.320] Today in History. [01:00:43.320 --> 01:00:50.320] In recent news, Trump-pointed FCC Chairman Ajit Pai has been in the headlines lately with the Trump's administration's decision to scrap [01:00:50.320 --> 01:01:00.320] Obama's net neutrality regulations. Regulations, i.e. powers, government bureaucrats tout the absolutely need in order to keep internet content equally accessible to all consumers, [01:01:00.320 --> 01:01:08.320] regardless of provider preferences. It seems many in Washington and many of those who report on such matters have failed to take note of one simple economic reality. [01:01:08.320 --> 01:01:16.320] That is that the ISPs who decided to artificially block or slow down certain website traffic would lose business to providers who didn't. [01:01:16.320 --> 01:01:24.320] And given exclusive treatment to some sites in exchange for payment, it's not only a standard business model, but only makes sense considering the flow of given sites. [01:01:24.320 --> 01:01:33.320] Now to mention, we don't recall what widespread content was being censored before the enforcement of the also benevolently sounding net neutrality regulation. [01:01:33.320 --> 01:01:41.320] During a speech at an R Street Institute event, Pai stated that, quote, when it comes to a free and open internet, Twitter is part of the problem, [01:01:41.320 --> 01:01:45.320] and that the company has a viewpoint that it uses that viewpoint to discriminate. [01:01:45.320 --> 01:01:53.320] Similar sentiments were stated towards the many online giants who support net neutrality stating that, quote, they may cloak their advocacy in public interest, [01:01:53.320 --> 01:02:00.320] but the real interest of these internet giants is in using the regulatory process to cement their dominance in the internet economy. [01:02:00.320 --> 01:02:09.320] Only intensive research and an evaluation of incentives will reveal whether net neutrality is a chronic takeover or not. [01:02:09.320 --> 01:02:16.320] The Holcomb family, who lost eight members, including a woman who was pregnant in the mass church shooting in First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, [01:02:16.320 --> 01:02:24.320] has filed a wrongful death claim against the U.S. military, claiming that the Air Force's negligence led to the gunman being able to acquire his weapons. [01:02:24.320 --> 01:02:31.320] The Air Force did admit that findings by a inspector general confirmed that proper personnel at home in Air Force Base did not report [01:02:31.320 --> 01:02:37.320] lawfully required information to civilian law enforcement in regards to the perpetrator's domestic violence case, [01:02:37.320 --> 01:02:41.320] a case that, if reported, would have barred him from potentially buying firearms. [01:02:41.320 --> 01:03:00.320] The most our lowdown is currently with the sponsors, so if you're deprived of a service to advertise with us, feel free to get any call at 210-363-2257, which is quick roadie with your lowdown for November 29, 2017. [01:03:12.320 --> 01:03:19.320] We'll grow good old tomatoes and homemade wine, and the country boy can survive. [01:03:19.320 --> 01:03:35.320] Country folks can survive. Because you can't survive a bout and you can't make a run, those wooden-moon boys, they don't shot guns. [01:03:35.320 --> 01:03:45.320] We say, Grace, we say, ma'am, if you ain't into that, we don't give a damn. [01:03:45.320 --> 01:03:54.320] All right, folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. The call in number is 512-646-1984. [01:03:54.320 --> 01:03:59.320] It looks like half my callers just up and dropped off the board, including the one I was talking to when I went to break. [01:03:59.320 --> 01:04:03.320] If you're still out there listening, call back and get in line if you weren't finished. [01:04:03.320 --> 01:04:07.320] I wasn't trying to hang up on you. I just had to put you on mute while we went to break. [01:04:07.320 --> 01:04:14.320] All right, while we are waiting for more callers, we will go to John in New York. John, what can we do for you? [01:04:14.320 --> 01:04:25.320] Hello. Fantastic job that you're doing. Keep doing it. You are what America was founded for on the principles that you believe in. [01:04:25.320 --> 01:04:32.320] And you are one of the heroes who are a bright spot. Thank you for your service to us. [01:04:32.320 --> 01:04:40.320] Well, I appreciate that. There are days when I feel more like an underwear stain than a hero, but all right. [01:04:40.320 --> 01:04:48.320] How many violations against the U.S. Constitution do you think Mr. Obama committed? Give me a total. [01:04:48.320 --> 01:04:54.320] I don't know if there's a number that big. It's over a thousand, isn't it? [01:04:54.320 --> 01:05:03.320] Well, I wouldn't keep in specific track, but I guarantee you it's certainly well above the average triple digit count. [01:05:03.320 --> 01:05:12.320] I don't think the man could open his mouth and not break the Constitution somehow, and he sure spent a lot of time on his mouth open. [01:05:12.320 --> 01:05:24.320] Yes, he did, and nothing came out. Long story short, it's my understanding I could be wrong, but he didn't sell out a lot of the public lands in the United States. [01:05:24.320 --> 01:05:29.320] He has no authority to sell the public lands. He has none. [01:05:29.320 --> 01:05:36.320] He has no authority to sell public lands. None. You know why? [01:05:36.320 --> 01:05:38.320] He was president when he was president. [01:05:38.320 --> 01:05:47.320] You're not listening to me. What does the federal Constitution say the federal government may acquire land for? [01:05:47.320 --> 01:05:49.320] No, eminent domain. [01:05:49.320 --> 01:05:56.320] No, it doesn't say...eminent domain is a construction of the courts, not the Constitution. [01:05:56.320 --> 01:06:06.320] They derived eminent domain from the specification that no person's property could be taken without just compensation. [01:06:06.320 --> 01:06:17.320] But the part they left out is it can only be taken if it's going to be used for the specific purposes allowed by the Constitution and nothing else. [01:06:17.320 --> 01:06:24.320] Yeah, okay. Well, didn't he take public lands and sell them to the Chinese? [01:06:24.320 --> 01:06:32.320] The federal government doesn't own any of the public lands. How could they take them and sell them to anybody? [01:06:32.320 --> 01:06:33.320] Well, just like he... [01:06:33.320 --> 01:06:44.320] All of the land, unless it has been sold or ceded to the federal government, belongs to whatever state it's located in. [01:06:44.320 --> 01:06:49.320] Well, it's my understanding that he subverted that somehow and managed to... [01:06:49.320 --> 01:06:55.320] Well, what I'm telling you is there is nothing that would allow him to do that. [01:06:55.320 --> 01:07:00.320] There is no presidential power given to him to do that. [01:07:00.320 --> 01:07:06.320] There can be no law or power given to Congress to create a law allowing him to do that. [01:07:06.320 --> 01:07:14.320] Well, there's a law against...there's a law against using us all as lab rats in their little scientific bio weapon experiment. [01:07:14.320 --> 01:07:21.320] And they do that anyway to solve a problem, to solve a problem. [01:07:21.320 --> 01:07:28.320] The important thing is to have all the pieces of the puzzle so that you can solve the problem. [01:07:28.320 --> 01:07:32.320] Now, I don't know. You might already know this, but I'm going to say it anyway. [01:07:32.320 --> 01:07:41.320] In 1947, you know, you were talking about the lawyers and the way the courts have been convoluted and the judges are convoluted. [01:07:41.320 --> 01:07:54.320] Well, in 1947, the American Bar Association sold out this country and entered into an agreement with the United Nations to subvert the courts and the judges and the lawyers, too. [01:07:54.320 --> 01:08:06.320] Now, that's one of the big cornerstones why the courts and the judges do what they please and that's a violation of our constitutional rights and other kinds of rights. [01:08:06.320 --> 01:08:09.320] Well, see, there's still a problem with that premise to begin with. [01:08:09.320 --> 01:08:17.320] First off, there is no authority given in the Constitution for the federal government to set up a membership in the UN. [01:08:17.320 --> 01:08:20.320] That right there was never something that was authorized for them to do. [01:08:20.320 --> 01:08:24.320] Oh, I know, I know, I know. Well, that's how they subvert everything. [01:08:24.320 --> 01:08:37.320] Well, once again, who was in charge of Congress at that time as far as those of a particular occupation holding the office of congressman? [01:08:37.320 --> 01:08:41.320] Well, they still did it. They signed an agreement with the UN, legal or not. [01:08:41.320 --> 01:08:44.320] Yeah, but you're missing my point here. [01:08:44.320 --> 01:08:47.320] What I said at the beginning of the show holds true. [01:08:47.320 --> 01:09:04.320] You find any major shift that subverts the rights of the individuals of this country for the common good of those in power and you will find that the attorneys are behind it. [01:09:04.320 --> 01:09:06.320] Oh, I agree. [01:09:06.320 --> 01:09:17.320] So in Congress, at the time we joined the UN, how many members of each house were attorneys? [01:09:17.320 --> 01:09:20.320] I don't know. I don't know the answer to that. [01:09:20.320 --> 01:09:27.320] Well, that's one of the things you've got to find out because the problem there remains the same as it's always been. [01:09:27.320 --> 01:09:31.320] These people are doing whatever they can to subvert. [01:09:31.320 --> 01:09:35.320] I mean, they even tell us the Constitution is not law. [01:09:35.320 --> 01:09:39.320] They tell us that we can't use the Constitution in the courts. [01:09:39.320 --> 01:09:50.320] Even their own rules say that the Constitution is law and that it can be used as evidence in any case in any court. [01:09:50.320 --> 01:09:54.320] And it's the law of the land. It supersedes all other laws. [01:09:54.320 --> 01:10:07.320] Well, there's a layer effect in the play there. The state Constitution is the law of the land for the state in relation to any and all exercise of governmental authority. [01:10:07.320 --> 01:10:15.320] It is not an authorization or limitation of the exercise of the people's authority, only of the governments. [01:10:15.320 --> 01:10:23.320] The national Constitution is a limitation only upon the power and authority of the federal government. [01:10:23.320 --> 01:10:26.320] Well, that's right. I agree. [01:10:26.320 --> 01:10:37.320] But in any area where the federal was given supremacy, it governs what the state Constitution can do. [01:10:37.320 --> 01:10:42.320] That's the layer part. [01:10:42.320 --> 01:10:49.320] Well, my point was that they entered into an illegal agreement, whatever you want to call it, with the United Nations. [01:10:49.320 --> 01:10:54.320] It's not the good guys wearing the white hats like we were taught in grammar school. [01:10:54.320 --> 01:10:56.320] No, they were blue hats. [01:10:56.320 --> 01:11:14.320] Yeah. The UN is behind the banksters, the corporate elite, the military cabal, all working against our rights and against the world's rights and against each individual country. [01:11:14.320 --> 01:11:24.320] They want one big, one big fat global country, one currency, one religion, and it's not Judeo-Christian. [01:11:24.320 --> 01:11:30.320] And that's where the Muslims come in and so on and so forth. [01:11:30.320 --> 01:11:35.320] But I thought I wanted to bring that up because in 47, that's what they did. [01:11:35.320 --> 01:11:37.320] They signed over this country. [01:11:37.320 --> 01:11:47.320] They sold it out, the American Bar Association, and that's why the courts step on everybody from traffic court on up. [01:11:47.320 --> 01:11:53.320] And that's one of the reasons why traffic court is the mess and the kangaroo court that it is. [01:11:53.320 --> 01:12:02.320] Well, the thing is they step on it because they can't have the masses thinking that they know something the attorneys don't, [01:12:02.320 --> 01:12:09.320] or that there is good at what they're doing as the attorneys want to be considered themselves to be. [01:12:09.320 --> 01:12:14.320] And so it's about the perception of power, control, and ability. [01:12:14.320 --> 01:12:22.320] And they don't want the masses to ever believe that they're as capable, that there is good, or that they're anywhere near right, [01:12:22.320 --> 01:12:31.320] because that would prove that the system set up by the attorneys operates purely on fraud. [01:12:31.320 --> 01:12:33.320] Yeah, I agree with you. [01:12:33.320 --> 01:12:35.320] So it is part of the plan. [01:12:35.320 --> 01:12:37.320] Of that, there is no question. [01:12:37.320 --> 01:12:40.320] But the reasoning behind it is multifaceted. [01:12:40.320 --> 01:12:49.320] There is no one way to look at it, but there is one overall understanding about why. [01:12:49.320 --> 01:12:58.320] And that is to maintain the illusion of power and control in the hands of the few over the many. [01:12:58.320 --> 01:13:04.320] All right, well, that brings me, everything I just said brings me to my question. [01:13:04.320 --> 01:13:14.320] About five years ago, my backyard, my front yard, but my backyard and my side yard became overgrown with a lot of plants. [01:13:14.320 --> 01:13:21.320] And the reason why it did was because, number one, my health was going downhill fast. [01:13:21.320 --> 01:13:30.320] Number two, I lost a brother, a father, and a mother, all within a few months of each other. [01:13:30.320 --> 01:13:34.320] And that left me in a real bad way. [01:13:34.320 --> 01:13:37.320] And I almost died, but that's beside the point. [01:13:37.320 --> 01:13:45.320] The long story short, I didn't when the neighbors complained, and I know which neighbors complained, [01:13:45.320 --> 01:13:54.320] the troublemakers didn't see the complete swap that their house is in. [01:13:54.320 --> 01:14:00.320] They complained and the code enforcement people started sending me notes and letters. [01:14:00.320 --> 01:14:08.320] And I tried to clean it up, cut all the bushes, but between my health not being good and the fact I just lost three family members, [01:14:08.320 --> 01:14:12.320] you know, nobody takes those things into account. [01:14:12.320 --> 01:14:19.320] They hauled me into court and they made me answer why my yard was the way it was and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. [01:14:19.320 --> 01:14:25.320] And the city attorney who was kind of looking out for me, believe it or not, [01:14:25.320 --> 01:14:33.320] the city attorney was admonishing the judge in his professional manner. [01:14:33.320 --> 01:14:39.320] What happened was the judge said to me, the judge who I've known all my life, and he knows I'm not a troublemaker, [01:14:39.320 --> 01:14:44.320] I've never had been, but that's going to change. [01:14:44.320 --> 01:14:46.320] He knew that I wasn't a troublemaker. [01:14:46.320 --> 01:14:49.320] He says to me, well, your yard is the way it is. [01:14:49.320 --> 01:14:52.320] Now we're going to come in and inspect your house. [01:14:52.320 --> 01:15:00.320] And we're going to have a team come in at 3 o'clock today, which was four hours later. [01:15:00.320 --> 01:15:03.320] And if you don't let us in, I didn't open my mouth. [01:15:03.320 --> 01:15:06.320] I didn't open my mouth once. [01:15:06.320 --> 01:15:11.320] And yet the judge turns to me who has known me all my life. [01:15:11.320 --> 01:15:18.320] He says, if you don't let us come in, I'm going to call a cop and he's going to arrest you and take you to jail. [01:15:18.320 --> 01:15:25.320] Is that the way you talk to somebody who's always been a lifelong respecting person of the law? [01:15:25.320 --> 01:15:32.320] It's not how a judge is allowed to talk to anyone, especially when it's in violation of law and rights. [01:15:32.320 --> 01:15:45.320] So I turned to the lawyer that was representing me and I said they're trampling on the Fourth Amendment and probably the Ninth Amendment. [01:15:45.320 --> 01:15:48.320] And what are you going to do about it? [01:15:48.320 --> 01:15:50.320] Well, he didn't want to do anything about it. [01:15:50.320 --> 01:15:51.320] I know the reason. [01:15:51.320 --> 01:15:53.320] It's all politics. [01:15:53.320 --> 01:16:01.320] And I let it go because I later turned that into an advantage for myself, but I only let it go for that reason. [01:16:01.320 --> 01:16:03.320] I'll explain that in maybe another time. [01:16:03.320 --> 01:16:09.320] But now my question is, they did not have probable cause. [01:16:09.320 --> 01:16:20.320] Oh, and the city attorney whose job it is acting as an ADA as a prosecutor, it's his job to inform the judge when the judge is violating something. [01:16:20.320 --> 01:16:26.320] Otherwise, the city attorney or the ADA can be held into account for that. [01:16:26.320 --> 01:16:28.320] And I know that's a fact. [01:16:28.320 --> 01:16:32.320] So he turned to the judge and he goes, he was kind of talking like this. [01:16:32.320 --> 01:16:45.320] He said, well, we know that there's no law that the law precludes anybody from inspecting a single family home. [01:16:45.320 --> 01:16:51.320] But we like to make sure that the senior citizen is okay. [01:16:51.320 --> 01:16:52.320] Okay, well, hang on just a sec. [01:16:52.320 --> 01:16:53.320] We got a break here. [01:16:53.320 --> 01:16:55.320] All right, we need to wrap it up on the other side, John. [01:19:55.320 --> 01:19:58.320] Alright John, what is the question out of all this? [01:19:58.320 --> 01:20:06.320] Okay, out of all this, the question is, my yard, he did a lot of work and was overgrown with brush. [01:20:06.320 --> 01:20:08.320] That's not a question John. [01:20:08.320 --> 01:20:12.320] Well, I'm getting there, I'm getting there. [01:20:12.320 --> 01:20:22.320] So that was their signal to send me a letter and say that if it isn't cleaned up, there's going to be $250 a day fine or whatever nonsense it was. [01:20:22.320 --> 01:20:27.320] And I wasn't cleaning it up quite fast enough because I couldn't keep up with it with my health. [01:20:27.320 --> 01:20:40.320] So they hauled me into court and then in the process of examining my yard with a microscope, they said that in four hours they were going to examine the inside of my house. [01:20:40.320 --> 01:20:42.320] Yeah, we got all that already. [01:20:42.320 --> 01:20:45.320] What is the question? [01:20:45.320 --> 01:20:48.320] Did they violate my Fourth Amendment rights because they had no... [01:20:48.320 --> 01:20:50.320] Did they go to your house? [01:20:50.320 --> 01:20:51.320] No. [01:20:51.320 --> 01:20:53.320] He said to me... [01:20:53.320 --> 01:20:55.320] I know what he said. [01:20:55.320 --> 01:20:58.320] Did they go to your house? [01:20:58.320 --> 01:21:02.320] Yeah, they sure did and the attorney said I had to let him in. [01:21:02.320 --> 01:21:05.320] What attorney? [01:21:05.320 --> 01:21:10.320] The attorney that I had representing me... [01:21:10.320 --> 01:21:12.320] Then your attorney is a moron. [01:21:12.320 --> 01:21:15.320] Well, I understand. [01:21:15.320 --> 01:21:19.320] I'm not going to say anything about the attorney, but... [01:21:19.320 --> 01:21:24.320] Well, you better say something because he's the only one you can sue from our practice. [01:21:24.320 --> 01:21:26.320] In other words, what I'm saying is I was right. [01:21:26.320 --> 01:21:28.320] The Fourth Amendment was breached. [01:21:28.320 --> 01:21:29.320] Am I right? [01:21:29.320 --> 01:21:31.320] Yeah. [01:21:31.320 --> 01:21:32.320] Okay. [01:21:32.320 --> 01:21:38.320] The Fourth Amendment, the one that says the rights you used to have, you still have. [01:21:38.320 --> 01:21:40.320] Probably that one too. [01:21:40.320 --> 01:21:41.320] Am I right? [01:21:41.320 --> 01:21:48.320] That right's not relevant to the issue of they did an unlawful search of your home. [01:21:48.320 --> 01:21:53.320] They had no business in your home. [01:21:53.320 --> 01:21:56.320] Well, that's what I always said. [01:21:56.320 --> 01:21:58.320] Okay, you've answered my question. [01:21:58.320 --> 01:21:59.320] In other words, I'm correct. [01:21:59.320 --> 01:22:01.320] They breached my Fourth Amendment. [01:22:01.320 --> 01:22:05.320] Yeah, but how long ago was this? [01:22:05.320 --> 01:22:08.320] Probably about four years. [01:22:08.320 --> 01:22:11.320] Okay, so why are we bringing it up today? [01:22:11.320 --> 01:22:13.320] Well, just because I want to know. [01:22:13.320 --> 01:22:16.320] You see, if you don't ask questions, you never know. [01:22:16.320 --> 01:22:21.320] Well, you should have asked them a long time ago when you could have done something about it. [01:22:21.320 --> 01:22:24.320] Well, no, I know they breached my Fourth Amendment, but I'm asking you. [01:22:24.320 --> 01:22:29.320] You're more of an expert than I am in the law, and you always will be. [01:22:29.320 --> 01:22:31.320] Okay, well, yes, they did. [01:22:31.320 --> 01:22:33.320] Anything else? [01:22:33.320 --> 01:22:39.320] Well, under that premise that they breached the Fourth Amendment, what could have been done besides... [01:22:39.320 --> 01:22:41.320] You could have sued them. [01:22:41.320 --> 01:22:43.320] He had no authority to do that. [01:22:43.320 --> 01:22:46.320] This was something he had no jurisdiction to do. [01:22:46.320 --> 01:22:56.320] You could have sued him, the city attorney and the city, and your attorney for malpractice were saying you had to do it. [01:22:56.320 --> 01:22:58.320] Right, okay. [01:22:58.320 --> 01:23:02.320] In other words, you could have sued everybody. [01:23:02.320 --> 01:23:03.320] All right. [01:23:03.320 --> 01:23:05.320] What's the... [01:23:05.320 --> 01:23:08.320] I would have had to have done that within a year, wasn't I? [01:23:08.320 --> 01:23:11.320] It depends on how you try to make the claim. [01:23:11.320 --> 01:23:13.320] Sometimes it's one, sometimes it's two. [01:23:13.320 --> 01:23:18.320] Something else they're not allowed to set a limitation on, but they have. [01:23:18.320 --> 01:23:20.320] Hmm, okay. [01:23:20.320 --> 01:23:22.320] Well, you've answered my question. [01:23:22.320 --> 01:23:23.320] I thank you very kindly. [01:23:23.320 --> 01:23:24.320] Yes, sir. [01:23:24.320 --> 01:23:25.320] Thanks for calling in. [01:23:25.320 --> 01:23:26.320] Thank you. [01:23:26.320 --> 01:23:28.320] All right, you have a good week. [01:23:28.320 --> 01:23:31.320] All right, now we are back to Storm in Utah. [01:23:31.320 --> 01:23:34.320] All right, Storm, where were we? [01:23:34.320 --> 01:23:36.320] Well, I saw a solution. [01:23:36.320 --> 01:23:40.320] So have you ever heard of Carl Miller? [01:23:40.320 --> 01:23:43.320] I know who Carl Miller is, yes. [01:23:43.320 --> 01:23:45.320] What do you think about him? [01:23:45.320 --> 01:23:48.320] Well, he's basing his information on the Constitution. [01:23:48.320 --> 01:23:54.320] I can't always say that I absolutely agree with his perspective of it in every particular aspect, [01:23:54.320 --> 01:24:03.320] because I think in some cases he puts a spin on it that sometimes it's not strong enough in my opinion [01:24:03.320 --> 01:24:07.320] and sometimes I don't know how he got there from where he started. [01:24:07.320 --> 01:24:11.320] But for the most part, he goes by the Constitution. [01:24:11.320 --> 01:24:12.320] I don't see a problem. [01:24:12.320 --> 01:24:16.320] At least he does it a whole hell of a lot closer than anybody I know of right now [01:24:16.320 --> 01:24:19.320] that actually has the power to do something. [01:24:19.320 --> 01:24:20.320] Yeah. [01:24:20.320 --> 01:24:29.320] Well, so it seems to me like it's easy to get a newly elected constitutional sheriff [01:24:29.320 --> 01:24:36.320] that knew his jurisdiction, knew his power, and you and him get together. [01:24:36.320 --> 01:24:38.320] Well, there's a problem. [01:24:38.320 --> 01:24:42.320] Even for the constitutional sheriff, there's a problem. [01:24:42.320 --> 01:24:48.320] And that is, is that the attorneys have covered their butts rather well. [01:24:48.320 --> 01:24:55.320] They have enacted laws in every state that unconstitutionally authorized district judges [01:24:55.320 --> 01:24:59.320] to remove sheriffs from office for cause. [01:24:59.320 --> 01:25:01.320] And it doesn't specify what cause is. [01:25:01.320 --> 01:25:06.320] It can be any damn thing they want according to the way it's written. [01:25:06.320 --> 01:25:20.320] But what will happen is, is that judge is attempting to remove another elected official from office with an authority that the Constitution does not give the judge. [01:25:20.320 --> 01:25:27.320] The judge has not given any power to remove another constitutionally elected officer from their office. [01:25:27.320 --> 01:25:32.320] The legislature can't alter that constitutional authority. [01:25:32.320 --> 01:25:41.320] The people are the only ones that can remove their elected officials from office outside of high crimes and misdemeanors. [01:25:41.320 --> 01:25:43.320] Interesting. [01:25:43.320 --> 01:25:53.320] But right now, the way they've got the law written, they can remove a sheriff for cause using a district judge who is an attorney. [01:25:53.320 --> 01:25:55.320] We've got a bar attorney. [01:25:55.320 --> 01:25:58.320] So, is that all states? [01:25:58.320 --> 01:26:08.320] I don't know about all states, but it's damn sure Texas and I would highly, I'd be willing to lay a good size bet that yeah, it is that way in all states. [01:26:08.320 --> 01:26:16.320] Guaranteed the National Bar Association made sure that every state protected the bar. [01:26:16.320 --> 01:26:34.320] I've heard some about that. Now that I know you bring it up, I have heard some about NCR, the capital, Salt Lake City, the Salt Lake City Police Department and the Sheriff's Department. [01:26:34.320 --> 01:26:47.320] You're back unified and what, and when that intel, the sheriff giving up his basically starting over all his power. [01:26:47.320 --> 01:26:49.320] And that's the way it stands now. [01:26:49.320 --> 01:26:58.320] Well, if he's constitutionally elected and his office is created and maintained by the Constitution, they can't do what you're talking about. [01:26:58.320 --> 01:27:03.320] A constitutional office can't be replaced with a statutory office. [01:27:03.320 --> 01:27:05.320] It's a unified police department. [01:27:05.320 --> 01:27:08.320] The Sheriff's Department and the city police are unified departments. [01:27:08.320 --> 01:27:11.320] Yeah, but who runs it? [01:27:11.320 --> 01:27:13.320] You know what? [01:27:13.320 --> 01:27:17.320] I don't know that Sheriff Winder. [01:27:17.320 --> 01:27:24.320] Sheriff Winder, he actually retired and went and run for a public office in another county. [01:27:24.320 --> 01:27:28.320] So, I don't know what it is now, but. [01:27:28.320 --> 01:27:37.320] So, the reason I brought up Carl Miller, because I'm sure it was him, but what he would do with his, he would go in and educate. [01:27:37.320 --> 01:27:43.320] You know, when you go in the court, then they got their sheriff's in there or their police department in there, standing guard, whatever. [01:27:43.320 --> 01:27:53.320] He went in and educated them before he went to court and he told them, this is what I'm going to do and this is what you are expected to do. [01:27:53.320 --> 01:28:02.320] And once they understood what was going on, they refused to follow the judge's orders. [01:28:02.320 --> 01:28:07.320] And these judges, it's all, it's like the dollar bill. [01:28:07.320 --> 01:28:09.320] It's all based on faith. [01:28:09.320 --> 01:28:11.320] It's a fiction. [01:28:11.320 --> 01:28:20.320] And once the faith, once people have no faith in it or have no belief in it, and you know what I'm saying, then the gigs up. [01:28:20.320 --> 01:28:23.320] Yeah, but it's been up for a long time. [01:28:23.320 --> 01:28:36.320] There has been no faith in this system for decades now, because people have seen how it's being used and it's never the way it was intended to be used. [01:28:36.320 --> 01:28:37.320] Well, it's monetized. [01:28:37.320 --> 01:28:39.320] It's just, you know, back in the old days. [01:28:39.320 --> 01:28:43.320] It's more than just money. [01:28:43.320 --> 01:28:44.320] Well, money and power. [01:28:44.320 --> 01:28:45.320] Sure, power is good. [01:28:45.320 --> 01:28:48.320] A lot of people are addicted to power more than money. [01:28:48.320 --> 01:28:51.320] Well, anyway, I'll let you go, but you're awesome. [01:28:51.320 --> 01:28:57.320] I just keep it up so I can say you've got to figure it out, I believe. [01:28:57.320 --> 01:29:05.320] Well, I try to figure out what I can as best I can, but I appreciate it nonetheless. [01:29:05.320 --> 01:29:06.320] Let me ask real quick. [01:29:06.320 --> 01:29:14.320] So do you think Utah statute or Utah code is the same as Texas as far as the driving goes? [01:29:14.320 --> 01:29:32.320] I think that most states adopt very similar requirements on writing law because the Bar Association's entire endeavor has to be to standardize the law across the states for their benefit, not for ours. [01:29:32.320 --> 01:29:37.320] So they all use basically the same template to create their laws. [01:29:37.320 --> 01:29:41.320] So they should be very similar if they're not exactly the same. [01:29:41.320 --> 01:29:47.320] And what exempts the private person is the fact that they're not commercial, and that's why we can... [01:29:47.320 --> 01:29:53.320] Well, it's not a power we ever delegated to them in relation to our ability to do. [01:29:53.320 --> 01:29:56.320] Hang on just a second, Storm, and I'll finish this up real quick. [01:29:56.320 --> 01:29:58.320] All right, folks, we'll be right back. [01:29:58.320 --> 01:30:00.320] Hang on. [01:30:00.320 --> 01:30:05.320] It seems like everywhere you turn nowadays, someone wants your name, social security number, and date of birth. [01:30:05.320 --> 01:30:08.320] But you should think twice before giving away your personal data. [01:30:08.320 --> 01:30:11.320] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll say more in just a moment. [01:30:39.320 --> 01:30:45.320] Forms, forms, forms, they're everywhere. [01:30:45.320 --> 01:30:49.320] But just because a piece of paper asks for information doesn't mean you have to give it. [01:30:49.320 --> 01:30:56.320] I leave blank spaces on forms all the time, or I write N slash A for not applicable, and usually nobody notices or cares. [01:30:56.320 --> 01:31:03.320] I never give my social security number or date of birth unless it's absolutely mandatory for employment or a government requirement, [01:31:03.320 --> 01:31:09.320] and I won't give my phone number to a company or an organization unless I actually want them to call me, and that's pretty rare. [01:31:09.320 --> 01:31:14.320] To preserve our vanishing privacy, we need to practice saying no to random data requests. [01:31:14.320 --> 01:31:18.320] It's like exercising a muscle. It gets easier the more you do it. [01:31:18.320 --> 01:31:23.320] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:31:23.320 --> 01:31:30.320] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [01:31:30.320 --> 01:31:32.320] The government says the fire brought it down. [01:31:32.320 --> 01:31:37.320] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [01:31:37.320 --> 01:31:40.320] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [01:31:40.320 --> 01:31:43.320] And thousands of my fellow force responders have died. [01:31:43.320 --> 01:31:44.320] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [01:31:44.320 --> 01:31:45.320] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:45.320 --> 01:31:47.320] I'm a New York City correctional. [01:31:47.320 --> 01:31:49.320] I'm a structural engineer. [01:31:49.320 --> 01:31:53.320] I'm a New York City correctional. [01:31:53.320 --> 01:31:54.320] I'm an Air Force pilot. [01:31:54.320 --> 01:31:55.320] I'm the father who lost his son. [01:31:55.320 --> 01:31:58.320] We are Americans, and we deserve the truth. [01:33:32.320 --> 01:33:52.320] Alright folks, we are back and we are going to wrap this up with Storm here and get to our next caller. [01:33:52.320 --> 01:33:55.320] Alright, let's see if we can wrap this up Storm. [01:33:55.320 --> 01:34:06.320] Okay, yeah, we're just talking about the difference between commercial and private, so the reason they claim we need a driver's license is because we're... [01:34:06.320 --> 01:34:12.320] They claim we need it because we can't do A, B, or C without their permission. [01:34:12.320 --> 01:34:21.320] But the reality is, is we didn't give them the power to require us to get their permission, period. [01:34:21.320 --> 01:34:32.320] The courts have time and time again said the difference is how the machinery and the road itself is being used. [01:34:32.320 --> 01:34:37.320] The roads are there for the private business and pleasure of the people. [01:34:37.320 --> 01:34:40.320] That is its rightful purpose. [01:34:40.320 --> 01:35:09.320] However, the use of the roads as a place of business for profit or gain is an extraordinary use that is subject to regulation because it is something in addition to and that can interfere with its rightful use by the people if it is not monitored and regulated. [01:35:09.320 --> 01:35:12.320] Therein lies the difference. [01:35:12.320 --> 01:35:18.320] Yeah, you can't regulate a private person exercising their rights. [01:35:18.320 --> 01:35:20.320] Right. [01:35:20.320 --> 01:35:21.320] Very good. [01:35:21.320 --> 01:35:22.320] Thank you very much. [01:35:22.320 --> 01:35:23.320] You're welcome. [01:35:23.320 --> 01:35:24.320] Thanks for calling in. [01:35:24.320 --> 01:35:25.320] Thank you. [01:35:25.320 --> 01:35:29.320] Alright, now we have Jermaine in Alabama. [01:35:29.320 --> 01:35:31.320] Jermaine, what can we do for you? [01:35:31.320 --> 01:35:33.320] Hey, hey Ed. [01:35:33.320 --> 01:35:34.320] Howdy. [01:35:34.320 --> 01:35:40.320] Real quick, yeah, the guy said about regulating private and commercial. [01:35:40.320 --> 01:35:48.320] You can't even regulate if an individual even go into like driving a truck. [01:35:48.320 --> 01:35:50.320] They can't regulate. [01:35:50.320 --> 01:35:59.320] They can regulate the company that's getting profit and gain, but an individual who's driving to make a living, they can't regulate that. [01:35:59.320 --> 01:36:04.320] Yeah, they can. [01:36:04.320 --> 01:36:10.320] They can because he is the one that is in control of that other businesses property. [01:36:10.320 --> 01:36:14.320] See, the thing here is liability. [01:36:14.320 --> 01:36:28.320] If the business does not maintain its equipment, and let's say this private individual you're speaking of who is being paid by this company to do their business on the road, [01:36:28.320 --> 01:36:32.320] listen to an accident because the equipment is faulty. [01:36:32.320 --> 01:36:33.320] Who is responsible? [01:36:33.320 --> 01:36:37.320] Him or the company? [01:36:37.320 --> 01:36:40.320] I want to say the company will be used. [01:36:40.320 --> 01:36:45.320] If you can prove that it was a maintenance problem, you would be right. [01:36:45.320 --> 01:36:46.320] Yes. [01:36:46.320 --> 01:36:54.320] But what happens when the individual drinks and gets in the cab and there's nothing wrong with the truck and he has an accident? [01:36:54.320 --> 01:36:57.320] Now again, that's on him. [01:36:57.320 --> 01:37:05.320] The problem is it's also on the company because it's their truck. [01:37:05.320 --> 01:37:10.320] Ultimately, they become respondent superior for the harm he created. [01:37:10.320 --> 01:37:16.320] Not only is he going to suffer, they're going to suffer. [01:37:16.320 --> 01:37:17.320] Correct. [01:37:17.320 --> 01:37:18.320] Correct. [01:37:18.320 --> 01:37:27.320] I don't agree because the guy did the one thing that no man should ever do, no man has the right to do. [01:37:27.320 --> 01:37:36.320] Granted, but at the same time, how can that man be trusted in that occupation if these are the things he's going to do? [01:37:36.320 --> 01:37:47.320] And how do you prevent him from engaging in that occupation if he has already shown an utter disregard for the public health and welfare when he did it? [01:37:47.320 --> 01:37:48.320] Okay. [01:37:48.320 --> 01:37:50.320] I see what you're saying. [01:37:50.320 --> 01:37:51.320] Okay. [01:37:51.320 --> 01:37:52.320] Well, okay. [01:37:52.320 --> 01:37:53.320] Well, moving on. [01:37:53.320 --> 01:37:56.320] I wanted to, the reason why I was calling in, I just wanted to comment on that. [01:37:56.320 --> 01:37:57.320] Okay. [01:37:57.320 --> 01:38:08.320] I wanted to touch on the topic of your situation where you were saying that they're trying to take you through an administrative handbook, practice along with another license. [01:38:08.320 --> 01:38:15.320] How would they be able to do that when that's an administrative situation that you don't even... [01:38:15.320 --> 01:38:18.320] Well, they're in last part of their problem. [01:38:18.320 --> 01:38:39.320] See, this is what they've done is they've attempted to use administrative law to circumvent the rights of the people and treat them as legal entities, not corporations per se, but just something that the law itself automatically has sway over even if they're not a creature of the law. [01:38:39.320 --> 01:38:49.320] Administrative law on its face is unconstitutional because it has no business being applied to the people ever. [01:38:49.320 --> 01:38:57.320] But this, again, is something that we owe the attorneys for putting on us. [01:38:57.320 --> 01:39:09.320] So the only thing you have to do is actually just challenge subject matter, I mean jurisdiction to them, and they have to prove that you are a part of their... [01:39:09.320 --> 01:39:11.320] Well, I'm going to do a lot more than that. [01:39:11.320 --> 01:39:18.320] The thing about it is, is I can prove that they have no rightful authority to even exist as a bar. [01:39:18.320 --> 01:39:23.320] I've got the official records that show the state bar was unconstitutionally enacted here in Texas. [01:39:23.320 --> 01:39:27.320] I've got the records that prove that those attorneys are actually... [01:39:27.320 --> 01:39:45.320] Every attorney is actually a government employee who is using the power of government to line their own pocket in private by having a protected monopoly on what they do. [01:39:45.320 --> 01:39:49.320] It's a great big RICO suit. [01:39:49.320 --> 01:40:00.320] Trust me, they get into this with me, I am going to make all kind of hellfire rain down upon them, one way or the other. [01:40:00.320 --> 01:40:04.320] Okay, you sound like you got it all planned out because I was kind of concerning that. [01:40:04.320 --> 01:40:07.320] Well, we've got the freedom of religion aspect. [01:40:07.320 --> 01:40:16.320] If the law comes from God and I am a man of God and I believe the Word of God and my duty is to preach the Word of God and to teach others how to properly apply and use the Word of God, [01:40:16.320 --> 01:40:27.320] then you cannot license my right to preach or teach or speak to or on behalf of others in relation to God and the law. [01:40:27.320 --> 01:40:29.320] Freedom of association. [01:40:29.320 --> 01:40:30.320] Great, we do. [01:40:30.320 --> 01:40:39.320] The government has no power to abrogate or derogate the committing or completion of a contract outside of those contracts that are unconscionable. [01:40:39.320 --> 01:40:52.320] These are not unconscionable contracts, plus you have the fact that every single person can be given power of attorney for every other person as long as they're mentally competent. [01:40:52.320 --> 01:40:53.320] Right? [01:40:53.320 --> 01:40:58.320] Can't you give someone power of attorney to act on your behalf? [01:40:58.320 --> 01:40:59.320] Yes. [01:40:59.320 --> 01:41:05.320] Then how can you give them the power of an attorney if you don't already have the power of an attorney? [01:41:05.320 --> 01:41:07.320] Correct. [01:41:07.320 --> 01:41:16.320] You see the idiocy in the way they want you to think versus the logic of you can't have it both ways? [01:41:16.320 --> 01:41:19.320] You can't tell me I can't say I'm an attorney. [01:41:19.320 --> 01:41:29.320] I'm not or I can't tell people I'm an attorney when right here all I have to do is fill out a paper that says I'm giving you my power of attorney. [01:41:29.320 --> 01:41:34.320] Does it stand it? [01:41:34.320 --> 01:41:46.320] You have no right to come in and say if this person is willing to pay me 20 pieces of silver to receive their power of attorney and perform this function on their behalf, [01:41:46.320 --> 01:41:55.320] the Constitution forbid you as a government employee or a private individual from interfering with the establishment and fulfillment of that contract. [01:41:55.320 --> 01:41:56.320] End of discussion. [01:41:56.320 --> 01:42:01.320] It's right there in our Bill of Rights here in the state of Texas. [01:42:01.320 --> 01:42:07.320] There's more crap that they can ever hope to deal with in this if they open that can of worms. [01:42:07.320 --> 01:42:17.320] And I am going to force for them every damn worm in that can. [01:42:17.320 --> 01:42:18.320] Wow. [01:42:18.320 --> 01:42:19.320] Hey, you got it. [01:42:19.320 --> 01:42:20.320] You got it. [01:42:20.320 --> 01:42:22.320] Oh, planned out, man. [01:42:22.320 --> 01:42:24.320] Oh, I've had this planned out for years. [01:42:24.320 --> 01:42:32.320] I've been expecting and trying my damnedest to get them to do this for years. [01:42:32.320 --> 01:42:40.320] I know I had a situation where a judge, I was in court because the attorney was trying to throw me under the bus and I hurry up and got rid of him. [01:42:40.320 --> 01:42:41.320] I was a public defender. [01:42:41.320 --> 01:42:42.320] Yeah. [01:42:42.320 --> 01:42:54.320] I went at it myself and the judge wanted me to take an oath and everything and I told him I couldn't take oath because it was against my religion because the most I say, let's go yet. [01:42:54.320 --> 01:42:55.320] Let's go. [01:42:55.320 --> 01:42:57.320] Your nays be nays and your yeas be yeas. [01:42:57.320 --> 01:43:01.320] And because he threatened to lock me up because I wouldn't take the oath. [01:43:01.320 --> 01:43:09.320] But once I told him that, about the Bill of Rights, that he can have no discretion or determination against religion. [01:43:09.320 --> 01:43:15.320] Yeah, you want to know how to avoid being a witness in any case. [01:43:15.320 --> 01:43:18.320] You get up there and they try to swear you in. [01:43:18.320 --> 01:43:21.320] Do you swear to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth will help you, God? [01:43:21.320 --> 01:43:24.320] Oh, absolutely not. [01:43:24.320 --> 01:43:25.320] What do you mean? [01:43:25.320 --> 01:43:27.320] Well, you asked me if I'd be willing to do that. [01:43:27.320 --> 01:43:30.320] Absolutely not. [01:43:30.320 --> 01:43:32.320] You mean you won't tell the truth? [01:43:32.320 --> 01:43:36.320] I mean, I won't be willing to tell the truth and only the truth. [01:43:36.320 --> 01:43:41.320] I'm answering your question. Absolutely not. [01:43:41.320 --> 01:43:43.320] We should go to break. We are now in the last segment of the show and we are finishing up with Jermaine here. All right, Jermaine. [01:46:48.320 --> 01:46:54.320] Well, I'm going to let you go, Eddie, but every week, man, I learn something from you all. [01:46:54.320 --> 01:47:03.320] I just stuck it to the courts about a week ago and now I'm going to stick it to the officer and get a follow suit against him. [01:47:03.320 --> 01:47:07.320] Oh, well, congratulations. I'm glad that we were helpful. [01:47:07.320 --> 01:47:21.320] Definitely, man. And I'm going to let you go on this because I've only got other colleagues, but please tell people, man, to quit saying this. My constitutional rights, man, humanity existed long before the Constitution existed. [01:47:21.320 --> 01:47:27.320] Yeah, right. They're constitutionally protected, but they are not constitutionally given. [01:47:27.320 --> 01:47:29.320] Right. [01:47:29.320 --> 01:47:37.320] All right. Yeah, I say that all the time. Stop calling them constitutional rights. They existed before it did. [01:47:37.320 --> 01:47:47.320] Right. So I'm keeping up with y'all every week, man. Constituents and stuff daily, but keep up the good work, man. [01:47:47.320 --> 01:47:48.320] All right. Well, thank you. [01:47:48.320 --> 01:47:50.320] I'm in your corner if you need me. All right. [01:47:50.320 --> 01:47:51.320] All right. Thanks, Jermaine. [01:47:51.320 --> 01:47:52.320] Hi, Eddie. [01:47:52.320 --> 01:47:53.320] All right. Bye-bye. [01:47:53.320 --> 01:47:58.320] All right. Now we have Robert in California. Robert, what can we do for you? [01:47:58.320 --> 01:48:04.320] Yeah. Recently, I just got... [01:48:04.320 --> 01:48:09.320] Well, lately I've been staying at a friend's house, so I don't... I travel with no plates in the vehicle. [01:48:09.320 --> 01:48:10.320] And... [01:48:10.320 --> 01:48:13.320] I'm sorry. You travel with no plates on your what? [01:48:13.320 --> 01:48:16.320] On the conveyance. [01:48:16.320 --> 01:48:25.320] Well, as known as UCC-9-109.1, consumer household goods. [01:48:25.320 --> 01:48:36.320] And the police officers pulled me over, allegedly, for the infraction and no plates on the vehicle in California, [01:48:36.320 --> 01:48:39.320] which, from my understanding, is not a crime under California law. [01:48:39.320 --> 01:48:40.320] An infraction can... [01:48:40.320 --> 01:48:47.320] An infraction is a civil infraction. It is not criminal, and the seizure was absolutely unconstitutional and illegal. [01:48:47.320 --> 01:48:50.320] And they towed 30-foot... [01:48:50.320 --> 01:48:54.320] And that is Grand Theft Auto in California. [01:48:54.320 --> 01:48:55.320] Yeah. [01:48:55.320 --> 01:48:59.320] It is aggravated theft if they were wearing guns. [01:48:59.320 --> 01:49:01.320] They were. [01:49:01.320 --> 01:49:02.320] Then why aren't you suing them? [01:49:02.320 --> 01:49:08.320] The officers were saying they were... I don't want to make sure I do the right things and file the right things. [01:49:08.320 --> 01:49:10.320] I'm not too sure I'm the way... [01:49:10.320 --> 01:49:13.320] Well, has that case been resolved yet? [01:49:13.320 --> 01:49:16.320] No. It's just... It started. It's the most recent one. [01:49:16.320 --> 01:49:17.320] Okay. [01:49:17.320 --> 01:49:21.320] Other cases, too, basically the same lines. They didn't have a warrant, and they were... [01:49:21.320 --> 01:49:24.320] Do you know where my legal blog is? [01:49:24.320 --> 01:49:25.320] Yes. [01:49:25.320 --> 01:49:31.320] Okay. Have you looked at the seven interrogatories on the legal blog dealing with civil infractions? [01:49:31.320 --> 01:49:35.320] They're encased in writings. [01:49:35.320 --> 01:49:37.320] So you have seen them? [01:49:37.320 --> 01:49:39.320] Yes, I have. [01:49:39.320 --> 01:49:48.320] Okay. Now, that's part of your discovery. Do you want to use those interrogatories as discovery? [01:49:48.320 --> 01:49:50.320] Okay. [01:49:50.320 --> 01:50:03.320] Basically, the first papers I should file upon receiving the citation is a discovery with those interrogatories and requiring bill of particulars. [01:50:03.320 --> 01:50:13.320] Right. Now, on that same article, there is a list of California cases by your High Court that says that civil infractions are not crimes. [01:50:13.320 --> 01:50:17.320] You need to integrate those into those pleadings as well. [01:50:17.320 --> 01:50:24.320] So I will start my argument. According to the precedent set and blah, blah, blah, civil infractions are not criminal in nature. [01:50:24.320 --> 01:50:33.320] Therefore, there can be no reasonable suspicion or probable cause in relation to a civil infraction under California law. [01:50:33.320 --> 01:50:51.320] Therefore, please answer the following interrogatories to determine whether or not the arrest or the seizure made by officer such-and-such on such-and-such date in such-and-such time of such-and-such person in automobile was constitutionally lawful and legal. [01:50:51.320 --> 01:50:53.320] And go from there. [01:50:53.320 --> 01:51:10.320] Well, I have possession of two RVs and they're making the assumption that the RV that I have in a storage facility parked now is the one they have in their possession that they towed and took from me. [01:51:10.320 --> 01:51:14.320] I don't know what you mean by they're assuming one over the other. [01:51:14.320 --> 01:51:22.320] They are. The one had no plates on it. The one in storage is the one they're assuming is the one that had no plates on it and they towed. [01:51:22.320 --> 01:51:24.320] They towed it from storage? [01:51:24.320 --> 01:51:30.320] Both properties. No. I have one in storage and I was traveling around. [01:51:30.320 --> 01:51:34.320] Okay, what they're... Okay. And? [01:51:34.320 --> 01:51:36.320] They're there. [01:51:36.320 --> 01:51:41.320] What does what they're presumed... What does that have to do with anything? [01:51:41.320 --> 01:51:54.320] Obviously, they can't be... If they're going by the VIN number, which they would have to be doing, they can't presume the one in storage is the one they towed because the VIN numbers won't match. [01:51:54.320 --> 01:52:01.320] Well, they don't... The VIN numbers, they couldn't find the VIN number on it. They couldn't find the plate, so they made assumptions. [01:52:01.320 --> 01:52:02.320] Okay. [01:52:02.320 --> 01:52:08.320] That's not in evidence and they're adjudicating both my properties without a judicial review. [01:52:08.320 --> 01:52:23.320] Well, again, you need to get the discovery done. You get the request for admissions and then you've got all the paperwork you need to start suing the living crap out of everybody because the seizure was illegal. [01:52:23.320 --> 01:52:25.320] So was the towing of the car. [01:52:25.320 --> 01:52:35.320] Everything you got there from is proof of the poison treat. But not all judges are going to state that where they're going to use their discretionary powers and covering... [01:52:35.320 --> 01:52:51.320] You're not going in front of a judge in this case. The only time you're going to see a judge is when you start to sue and you've got superior court case law there in California that supports you and not the cop. [01:52:51.320 --> 01:52:53.320] You follow? [01:52:53.320 --> 01:52:54.320] Yeah. [01:52:54.320 --> 01:52:58.320] So use it. [01:52:58.320 --> 01:53:04.320] I have a plan on it. I haven't sent my reply into them yet or my response into them yet, but I'm... [01:53:04.320 --> 01:53:06.320] Your response to what? [01:53:06.320 --> 01:53:10.320] Judged to their citation as a respondent. [01:53:10.320 --> 01:53:17.320] Your response is going to be a motion for discovery. What else are you going to respond with? [01:53:17.320 --> 01:53:28.320] Well, telling them to prove their assertions and asking them where they get their definitions from of different terminologies that they're assuming and asserting. [01:53:28.320 --> 01:53:31.320] Do you swim? [01:53:31.320 --> 01:53:32.320] Yes. [01:53:32.320 --> 01:53:37.320] You ever dove like off a diving board? [01:53:37.320 --> 01:53:40.320] Yes. [01:53:40.320 --> 01:53:42.320] Is that a yes? [01:53:42.320 --> 01:53:43.320] Yes. [01:53:43.320 --> 01:53:50.320] Okay. Do you normally do it in a pool with water or without water? [01:53:50.320 --> 01:53:52.320] Well, that's pretty apparent. [01:53:52.320 --> 01:53:59.320] No, not for some people. It's not. Why don't you start talking to them? [01:53:59.320 --> 01:54:14.320] Point being, why would you go there when those interrogatories prove everything you need to kill everyone dead? [01:54:14.320 --> 01:54:16.320] Why would you do that? [01:54:16.320 --> 01:54:42.320] Why would you overcomplicate things, muddy the waters, and cause bigger issues for yourself than focusing on the one thing that kills every single thing dead? An unlawful seizure and arrest. [01:54:42.320 --> 01:54:44.320] Hello? [01:54:44.320 --> 01:54:45.320] Yes. [01:54:45.320 --> 01:54:52.320] If they would be required to give back the vehicles or the conveyance that they chose, right? [01:54:52.320 --> 01:55:01.320] Well, you're going to force them to give it back, but you're not answering my question. Why would you be responding back with any of that crap you're talking about? [01:55:01.320 --> 01:55:12.320] It's absolutely useless and irrelevant to what they did that takes the way their ability to go any further in this matter. [01:55:12.320 --> 01:55:20.320] You could kill it dead right there with those seven interrogatories and file in suit when you get the answer. [01:55:20.320 --> 01:55:30.320] Well, I tried that with one case before. The guy had the paper work right in front of him on the table in court, and he said, oh, I don't have anything more to give to him. [01:55:30.320 --> 01:55:32.320] Who did? [01:55:32.320 --> 01:55:35.320] The cop. [01:55:35.320 --> 01:55:39.320] That's not an answer to the interrogatories, is it? [01:55:39.320 --> 01:55:41.320] No. [01:55:41.320 --> 01:55:45.320] He didn't have anything more to give to me when the judge asked him if he had more to give to me. [01:55:45.320 --> 01:55:51.320] I told him, Justin, he's got it right there in front of him on the desk in front of him, and the judge didn't make him get that. [01:55:51.320 --> 01:55:56.320] What do you mean anything to give to you? [01:55:56.320 --> 01:56:03.320] Well, when I was asking for discovery, the cop gave me his writing of what he understood. [01:56:03.320 --> 01:56:08.320] Did you file the interrogatories? [01:56:08.320 --> 01:56:25.320] Yes, I did. I filed and sent it with proof of service to the officer, and he never handed it back or answered it, and the judge didn't make him answer it, even when they were told that it's right there sitting in front of him. [01:56:25.320 --> 01:56:34.320] Then you sue this not a judge, by the way. It's a self-appointed little court clerk. There's no judge sitting there. [01:56:34.320 --> 01:56:45.320] Never is. They have no immunity when they do the things they do in California in those little tribunals, because they're not judicial officers. [01:56:45.320 --> 01:56:55.320] They're not acting as judicial officers. They have no power as judicial officers, so they have absolutely no immunity as judicial officers. [01:56:55.320 --> 01:57:12.320] Sue everybody. Sue everybody. You've got proof that they had the interrogatories and refused to answer them, knowing damn well the interrogatories proved that they violated your rights the moment they seized you. [01:57:12.320 --> 01:57:21.320] You don't need them to answer them. The fact that they refused to answer them is good enough to convict them. [01:57:21.320 --> 01:57:34.320] Sounds good to me. Now, if something happened in Westac and it's a Yolo County thing, do I have to file in Yolo County to sue because it happened? [01:57:34.320 --> 01:57:42.320] You're suing. You can file where you live, regardless of where it happened. [01:57:42.320 --> 01:57:54.320] Okay. Most convenient court to where I live, but that'd be crap. I wasn't sure about that. I appreciate you letting me lighten me on that. [01:57:54.320 --> 01:57:56.320] I appreciate you guys so much. [01:57:56.320 --> 01:58:03.320] All right. Well, thanks for calling in.
