[00:00.000 --> 00:04.000] Here's a get rich quick scheme for you. [00:04.000 --> 00:08.000] What would you do if your ATM machine wouldn't stop spitting out cash? [00:08.000 --> 00:15.000] I'm Dr. Kaepernalbrecht and I'll tell you what one guy did with 1.5 million from a generous ATM in a moment. [00:15.000 --> 00:21.000] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [00:21.000 --> 00:26.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [00:26.000 --> 00:31.000] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [00:31.000 --> 00:34.000] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to. [00:34.000 --> 00:41.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [00:41.000 --> 00:44.000] Start over with StartPage. [00:44.000 --> 00:47.000] Ronald Page must have thought he'd hit the lotto. [00:47.000 --> 00:53.000] A Bank of America teller accidentally changed his account to allow unlimited cash withdrawals, [00:53.000 --> 00:56.000] even though he only had 300 bucks in his account. [00:56.000 --> 01:02.000] For six whole months, Page cashed in, with drawing 1.5 million dollars in all. [01:02.000 --> 01:07.000] Did he pack the cash in a suitcase and make for Switzerland or invested in change's name? [01:07.000 --> 01:12.000] Nope. By the time the bank caught on, Page had gambled it all away at three Detroit casinos. [01:12.000 --> 01:17.000] Today, he's serving a 15-month prison sentence and has to pay back every cent. [01:17.000 --> 01:20.000] I guess he should have known when to fold. [01:20.000 --> 01:25.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:34.000 --> 01:40.000] A North Dakota court has upheld the first ever use of a robotic drone in the arrest of an American citizen. [01:40.000 --> 01:46.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with the details on this chilling police state decision. Next. [01:46.000 --> 01:52.000] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:52.000 --> 01:57.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:57.000 --> 02:02.000] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [02:02.000 --> 02:05.000] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to. [02:05.000 --> 02:12.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [02:12.000 --> 02:15.000] Start over with StartPage. [02:15.000 --> 02:20.000] Rodney Brossert, a rancher in North Dakota, was arrested after a standoff with police [02:20.000 --> 02:24.000] for refusing to return four cows that had wandered onto his land. [02:24.000 --> 02:27.000] It's not the fact that he was arrested, but how? [02:27.000 --> 02:32.000] He's the first American to be arrested on U.S. soil through the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle. [02:32.000 --> 02:38.000] His lawyer argued that because police had used a drone to track him without a warrant, the case should be dismissed. [02:38.000 --> 02:42.000] The judge disagreed, saying the drone had no bearing on the charges. [02:42.000 --> 02:47.000] Say what? Using surveillance drones to track and arrest Americans without a warrant [02:47.000 --> 02:50.000] is a clear abuse of our constitutional freedoms. [02:50.000 --> 03:19.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [03:19.000 --> 03:26.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google. [03:26.000 --> 03:28.000] It's worth hanging on to. [03:28.000 --> 03:30.000] It's worth hanging on to. [03:30.000 --> 03:38.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google. [03:38.000 --> 04:00.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google. [04:00.000 --> 04:10.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google. [04:10.000 --> 04:31.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage. [04:31.000 --> 05:00.000] com, the private search engine alternative to Google. [05:00.000 --> 05:02.000] All right, bad boys, bad boys. [05:02.000 --> 05:09.000] What are you going to do when we come for you here on The Rule of Law? [05:09.000 --> 05:15.000] I am Deborah Stevens here with my co-host Randy Kelton and Eddie Craig. [05:15.000 --> 05:18.000] Tonight we have two very special guests for you. [05:18.000 --> 05:21.000] We have Mr. Sean Siegel. [05:21.000 --> 05:26.000] He is also a host on this network, Logos Radio Network. [05:26.000 --> 05:30.000] His show is The Vaccine Myth, an issue of trust. [05:30.000 --> 05:37.000] And later in the show, we will also be having Mr. Michael Badnarek, who will be talking about his new book. [05:37.000 --> 05:47.000] And before we bring Sean on the air, I want to remind folks again, and I will be repeatedly reminding folks for the next couple of months, [05:47.000 --> 05:52.000] about the fundraiser for Logos Radio Network. [05:52.000 --> 05:59.000] Again, folks, last about a week and a half ago, one of the main servers for the network went down, the motherboard died, [05:59.000 --> 06:05.000] and I couldn't just swap it out because the technology was too old. [06:05.000 --> 06:10.000] I could not find another motherboard of the same generation to swap it out with. [06:10.000 --> 06:17.000] So I had to suck it up and build a brand new machine with the latest technology, [06:17.000 --> 06:22.000] and it cost over $1,000 that I had to pay out of my own pockets. [06:22.000 --> 06:27.000] That was all the reserves that I had for the network to pay the bills for the network and everything. [06:27.000 --> 06:31.000] So folks, we really are in dire straits right now. [06:31.000 --> 06:37.000] We've got bills coming up, the phone bills, the Internet, telephone, everything, [06:37.000 --> 06:44.000] and folks, the electricity, it just keeps going up because Austin Energy keeps shutting down all the power plants [06:44.000 --> 06:48.000] because they want to raise the prices. That's the way they roll. [06:48.000 --> 06:52.000] So folks, really we are in desperate dire need of your help right now. [06:52.000 --> 07:00.000] If you have anything to spare, no donation is too small, $5, $10, anything you can possibly spare for us, [07:00.000 --> 07:08.000] please go to LogosRadioNetwork.com and you'll see the chip-in on the upper left-hand side, [07:08.000 --> 07:14.000] and please give whatever you can. If you want to mail us something, go to the donations page [07:14.000 --> 07:21.000] on ruleoflawradio.com to get that address, and we'll be discussing this some more as time goes on. [07:21.000 --> 07:30.000] We really need to raise a little over $1,000 like yesterday to recoup what was lost [07:30.000 --> 07:35.000] because honestly, I was planning on doing a fundraiser, but I wanted to do the fundraiser [07:35.000 --> 07:40.000] before buying new equipment, not after, but that's just not what happened. [07:40.000 --> 07:46.000] So we've got to get reimbursed as soon as possible, really if we want to stay on the air, [07:46.000 --> 07:52.000] and other than that, we're trying to raise at least $7,000 by the end of January [07:52.000 --> 07:59.000] because there are other computers and other equipment that needs to be upgraded immediately. [07:59.000 --> 08:05.000] We've been on the air here now for about five years, and we haven't upgraded any equipment, [08:05.000 --> 08:12.000] except for a few minor upgrades. It's like I feel like I'm changing the tires as we're flying [08:12.000 --> 08:17.000] down the highway here at 80 miles an hour. That's what it's been like the last five years, [08:17.000 --> 08:21.000] and we really need a breather. We need a shot in the arm of some serious funds [08:21.000 --> 08:30.000] so that I can do some much needed upgrades, and hopefully we'll be able to have some funds set aside [08:30.000 --> 08:34.000] to pay for the ongoing operating expenses that seem to be increasing [08:34.000 --> 08:40.000] so that we're not constantly having to dig into our own personal assets [08:40.000 --> 08:46.000] in order to keep this network on the air. So folks, we are listener supported. [08:46.000 --> 08:53.000] We do have sponsors, but pretty much most of our sponsors are on commission-based only, [08:53.000 --> 08:58.000] which means that if the listeners do not purchase their products, we don't get paid. [08:58.000 --> 09:02.000] So folks, we are reaching out to you now. We desperately need your help. [09:02.000 --> 09:08.000] Please go to LogosRadioNetwork.com and click on the chip-in and give whatever you can. [09:08.000 --> 09:10.000] We really need your help right now. [09:10.000 --> 09:18.000] Okay, now on to our guests. We have got Sean Siegel back tonight, host of the newest show on the network, [09:18.000 --> 09:24.000] Vaccine Myth, an issue of trust, and Randy and I invited him back tonight [09:24.000 --> 09:30.000] so that he could continue to talk about these very important issues related to vaccines. [09:30.000 --> 09:36.000] So Sean, I'm just going to give you the floor. You've got some talking points you wanted to get to tonight, [09:36.000 --> 09:40.000] so why don't you just start ahead with what you feel is the most important? [09:40.000 --> 09:44.000] Okay, thank you, Deb. It's a pleasure to be back. [09:44.000 --> 09:48.000] Yeah, I wanted to fill in the audience on a basic vaccine overview. [09:48.000 --> 09:55.000] We discussed politics last week, and certainly in particular the West Virginia status. [09:55.000 --> 10:00.000] And in relation to that, I have yet to find anything. I haven't done a very thorough search, [10:00.000 --> 10:06.000] but have looked through the state statutes. Randy and I spoke about it one evening. [10:06.000 --> 10:13.000] And we have found nothing relating to oppression or anything like the laws that exist in Texas, [10:13.000 --> 10:21.000] and I'm sure many other states, that protect citizens against the abuse of power on the part of public officials. [10:21.000 --> 10:27.000] So I guess that's kind of part of the course, because West Virginia, as far as the vaccines laws go, [10:27.000 --> 10:34.000] is also quite backwards, if you will. West Virginia and Mississippi are the only two states in the Union [10:34.000 --> 10:41.000] that have only medical exemptions for vaccines. Every other state has at least a religious exemption available, [10:41.000 --> 10:50.000] if not a religious exemption and an exemption for reasons of conscience or philosophical or personal exemption. [10:50.000 --> 10:58.000] West Virginia also went to, as far as extending their vaccine laws to home schoolers. [10:58.000 --> 11:06.000] So parents in their own houses who are schooling their own kids at home are also subject to the vaccine laws. [11:06.000 --> 11:14.000] And only in West Virginia, if you miss a vaccine, it's a misdemeanor charge and a $50 fine. [11:14.000 --> 11:21.000] So it's a strictest state by far in the Union. The folks are dealing with it in court. [11:21.000 --> 11:30.000] They apparently filed a lawsuit against the health department in the state for illegally adding several new vaccines [11:30.000 --> 11:36.000] to the schedule over the last couple of years. And so far the word sounds good. [11:36.000 --> 11:40.000] We'll have to wait to see what the decision is, and that's supposed to be coming down this week. [11:40.000 --> 11:48.000] But on to an overview of vaccines and try and give you the whole story within the three or four seconds we have available here. [11:48.000 --> 11:59.000] Number one is the immune system that we each inherit is a rather marvelous machine or organ, more to the point. [11:59.000 --> 12:07.000] And if you treat it right, it will treat you right. Treating immune system right simply means two basic things in today's society. [12:07.000 --> 12:19.000] One, it's always made having good diet, good health habits, good rest, good play, good mental attitude, the entire spectrum of good health. [12:19.000 --> 12:29.000] The other thing, as I said in today's society, is avoiding vaccines because vaccines for reasons we'll discuss in the next few minutes, [12:29.000 --> 12:39.000] the next little while, they compromise the immune system, they weaken it, in some cases they confuse it, in some cases they pummel it, [12:39.000 --> 12:44.000] in some cases pummel it to death. There are over 5,000 reported deaths. [12:44.000 --> 12:48.000] This blew my mind today because someone asked about it on a Facebook page. [12:48.000 --> 13:00.000] I went into there, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, to see how many events were reported by doctors, typically, sometimes by parents, to the CDC's database. [13:00.000 --> 13:05.000] It wasn't but about a year ago that that total was around 4,100. [13:05.000 --> 13:11.000] Now, actually less than a year later, it's over 5,100. [13:11.000 --> 13:19.000] That means there's been a thousand reported deaths associated with vaccines just in the last year, which is amazing. [13:19.000 --> 13:38.000] It's terrible is what it is. Perhaps I'm hoping that it may mean in part at least that vaccine awareness is spreading and doctors who have been reticent to acknowledge the vaccine damage, let alone report it, perhaps now are willing to do so. [13:38.000 --> 13:47.000] So maybe that would be the case. But the fundamental precept here is stay healthy, keep your immune system healthy. [13:47.000 --> 13:58.000] Your immune system will work for you. Real health does not necessarily mean never getting sick. It can't mean that. You can't go through life without disease. [13:58.000 --> 14:10.000] Good health means you are generally in wellness, and when you are ill, your immune system is able to relatively easily, usually without any medical help at all, certainly from drugs. [14:10.000 --> 14:19.000] Maybe with some support, say vitamin C, vitamin D3, echinacea, various types of natural treatments, it will bring you back to wellness. [14:19.000 --> 14:36.000] The fear of disease that has been instilled in the public by the mainstream media, basically the mouthpiece for the vaccine industry, is so overblotted that it would make an elephant blush. [14:36.000 --> 14:45.000] It's crazy. There's no need to fear disease. There's every reason in the world to stay as healthy as you possibly can. [14:45.000 --> 14:52.000] And then when you do get sick, your immune system will, in a sense, come to your rescue. [14:52.000 --> 14:59.000] The first issue directly dealing with the vaccines is the safety of vaccines. [14:59.000 --> 15:06.000] The industry definition, the vaccine industry definition of safety is not, cannot harm. [15:06.000 --> 15:11.000] Virtually everyone thinks of the word safe as meaning cannot harm. [15:11.000 --> 15:20.000] It's simply not the case. The vaccine industry attempts to determine ostensibly whether the benefits of the vaccine outweigh the risks. [15:20.000 --> 15:24.000] And if they do, they consider the product safe. [15:24.000 --> 15:27.000] Well, there are several conundrums. [15:27.000 --> 15:31.000] The first one is, and it looks like we're going to break soon. I'll hit this one here. [15:31.000 --> 15:42.000] The National Institute of Health defines the final stage, which is phase four of clinical trial, as the administration of the vaccine to us. [15:42.000 --> 15:52.000] Post-licensure, the administration of the vaccine to the general public is part of the ongoing research, literally. [15:52.000 --> 16:02.000] Now, the ultimate compilation of the statistics from the reports that go to VAERS, they are the ones that tell you what the actual risk of the vaccine is, [16:02.000 --> 16:11.000] because the trials don't last long enough to catch many of the delayed reactions and serious ones, lupus, other autoimmune diseases. [16:11.000 --> 16:13.000] So what a conundrum. [16:13.000 --> 16:22.000] We don't know the risk until after the vaccine is licensed. How can you apply for the license, claiming that the benefits outweigh the risk? [16:22.000 --> 16:25.000] It makes no sense. [16:25.000 --> 16:33.000] Deb, I guess I'll turn it over to you for a few seconds. Looks like we're coming up to a break and I'll continue with my talking points when we get back. [16:33.000 --> 16:38.000] All right. This is the rule of law. Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens. [16:38.000 --> 16:45.000] A very special guest. Mr. Sean Siegel, host of the newest show on this network, the Vaccine Myth and Issue of Trust. [16:45.000 --> 16:52.000] And we will be right back after this short break. We've got Michael Badnarik coming up at 9 o'clock in about 45 minutes. [16:52.000 --> 17:19.000] We'll be right back. [17:23.000 --> 17:31.000] And we're all breaking Tange Tangerine. Tange Tangerine. Tange Tangerine. [17:31.000 --> 17:39.000] We're all breaking Tange Tangerine. Tange Tangerine. Tange Tangerine. [19:50.000 --> 19:58.000] Okay folks, we are back. We're talking with Sean Segal, vaccine myth and issue of trust. [19:58.000 --> 20:03.000] Okay Sean, please continue. [20:03.000 --> 20:19.000] Okay, thanks Deb. We were on vaccine safety and I had just spoken to the fact that literally, scientifically, statistically speaking, by definition by the National Institute of Health that the vaccines we get from CVS, from our pediatricians, from our doctors, [20:19.000 --> 20:27.000] and who knows who else is now authorized to give vaccines in this country are all part of ongoing research. [20:27.000 --> 20:37.000] And actually, just a slight aside here, as ongoing research they come directly under the philosophical auspices at least of the Nuremberg Code. [20:37.000 --> 20:47.000] Because that's what Nuremberg addressed medically was the research, the experiments, medical experiments that were done on the concentration camp victims. [20:47.000 --> 20:59.000] And of course the very first tenant of the Nuremberg Code is informed consent and there's nothing like fulfillment of informed consent in the United States. [20:59.000 --> 21:13.000] Very few doctors mentioned any negative aspects of vaccine and informed consent mandates the full and free provision of all available information, [21:13.000 --> 21:26.000] negative information about the vaccines for obvious reasons so that the potential vaccine he knows what's in store and then has to once fully informed consent to the vaccination. [21:26.000 --> 21:34.000] Instead we have these absurd laws in our states that require a signature to refuse a vaccine rather than to accept one. [21:34.000 --> 21:37.000] The vaccines can kill and can injure seriously. [21:37.000 --> 21:43.000] I mentioned a number of deaths involved in the first segment. [21:43.000 --> 21:56.000] I'll just mention one more thing, just for instance, the Merck manual on one of its pages simply states that encephalitis is a side effect of vaccines. [21:56.000 --> 22:11.000] And that is often seen as a component of vaccine damage. We had a series of callers on our show on the vaccine myth and issue of trust not long ago. [22:11.000 --> 22:30.000] And over half of them there were almost a dozen callers came in pretty much on moms and almost half of them were just over recount the story of their kids experiencing what we know in the vaccine awareness community as the Cree encephalic. [22:30.000 --> 22:35.000] It's a cry that is involuntarily produced by brain inflammation. [22:35.000 --> 22:45.000] It's an encephalitic reaction to the vaccines. It's known to happen yet this happens in front of pediatricians or they're told about it the next day. [22:45.000 --> 22:53.000] And the screening that is involved is supposed to be bone-chilling than she like is how it's described. [22:53.000 --> 23:01.000] And it can go on for hours starting the night of the vaccination and then be repeated over two, three, four successive nights. [23:01.000 --> 23:13.000] And these pediatricians, these doctors, have the, I can't even think of a good word for it with a description, turmeric, gall, ignorance. [23:13.000 --> 23:23.000] I don't know what, paradigm failure, I don't know what you call it, to describe the reaction as normal. [23:23.000 --> 23:31.000] In some cases pediatricians have actually said, oh, that's probably the result of colic. It's absurd. [23:31.000 --> 23:38.000] And it's a dangerous reaction and it seems so blatant and yet doctors refuse to acknowledge it. [23:38.000 --> 23:50.000] This is the tip of the iceberg involving the safety of vaccines. As far as their effectiveness goes, well, just a tidbit on the flu vaccine inserts. [23:50.000 --> 23:59.000] They all say that there is no clinical proof that the vaccine actually prevents influenza. Well, that's interesting. [23:59.000 --> 24:08.000] What they go by is the antibody production, but they have no proof that it actually prevents the flu. [24:08.000 --> 24:17.000] That makes sense. There are several studies which have shown that antibody production, which is only one of the two major components that go into effect [24:17.000 --> 24:26.000] when the immune system reacts to a pathogen naturally, is only a small part of the reaction. [24:26.000 --> 24:35.000] There's also a cellular reaction that takes place that is not prompted by vaccination and it is absolutely necessary. [24:35.000 --> 24:49.000] In some cases, it's 70, 80% of the effective component that helps to eliminate the disease and then to provide the subsequent immunity. [24:49.000 --> 24:56.000] This is something I wrote for the Facebook page yesterday and deals specifically with the effectiveness of vaccines. [24:56.000 --> 25:06.000] And there are various possibilities in connection with this. One is the vaccine actually causes a typical case of the disease against which it was supposed to protect. [25:06.000 --> 25:12.000] This shouldn't be surprising since the purpose of the vaccine, especially the live vaccines, is to infect. [25:12.000 --> 25:22.000] And though the resulting infection is ostensibly controlled by the virulence of the vaccine, which is basically the level of concentration of the pathogens. [25:22.000 --> 25:31.000] First of all, the manufacturing process is not infallible. And two, everybody's different and reacts differently to the injected vaccine. [25:31.000 --> 25:41.000] Now, unfortunately, the record of this type of occurrence is somewhat obfuscated by the practice of many doctors to assume that vaccines work exactly as purpose [25:41.000 --> 25:48.000] and to diagnose the resulting illnesses as anything other than the respective disease. [25:48.000 --> 25:59.000] Two, the vaccine simply fails in its stated purpose and the recipient during subsequent outbreaks and exposure develops the disease anyway. [25:59.000 --> 26:09.000] Once again, that those statistics are also moneyed by the reticence of doctors to acknowledge the vaccine's failure. [26:09.000 --> 26:15.000] The third possibility, the vaccine appears to work correctly to successfully prevent the disease. [26:15.000 --> 26:22.000] However, A, it is more than likely that the vaccine played no part at all. [26:22.000 --> 26:29.000] It's simply a matter of fact that most people don't get sick when exposed to a disease. [26:29.000 --> 26:43.000] Polio, for instance, when as few as 20 people out of 100,000 would get polio or be diagnosed with polio, it was considered an epidemic. [26:43.000 --> 26:47.000] Well, what about the other 9,980? [26:47.000 --> 26:54.000] Surely many of those were also exposed to the polio but did not contract it. [26:54.000 --> 27:10.000] Dr. Day was a guest on our show a few weeks back and she described an experiment where literally people came in voluntarily and disease antigens were swabbed into their noses. [27:10.000 --> 27:14.000] They were put in front of fans with cold air blowing on them with wet clothing. [27:14.000 --> 27:18.000] They did everything in their power to try and come down with disease. [27:18.000 --> 27:21.000] 17% of them got sick. [27:21.000 --> 27:23.000] Well, let's look at it the other way. [27:23.000 --> 27:26.000] 83% of them stayed well. [27:26.000 --> 27:32.000] Why isn't that the focus of the medical industry instead of the 17 who got sick? [27:32.000 --> 27:42.000] Then we go back to how healthy were they and how robust were their immune systems to be able to prevent them from catching the disease. [27:42.000 --> 27:47.000] The final one is the most insidious. [27:47.000 --> 27:53.000] I'll mention a Facebook comment that was entered about a year ago. [27:53.000 --> 28:07.000] A woman whose child had been vaccine damaged about three or four years earlier was ecstatic that particular day because for the first time in three years her child was able to mount a fever. [28:07.000 --> 28:10.000] And that's the crux of it. [28:10.000 --> 28:21.000] The disease is the collection of symptoms that are actually the mechanisms of your immune system at work bringing you back to wellness. [28:21.000 --> 28:27.000] The fever burns it off, the fever burns off the toxicity, nausea empties your stomach with poisons. [28:27.000 --> 28:29.000] All that has beneficial effect. [28:29.000 --> 28:31.000] It's actually bringing you back to wellness. [28:31.000 --> 28:34.000] We think of it as a disease, but it's not. [28:34.000 --> 28:36.000] Something already exists. [28:36.000 --> 28:45.000] There's an illness or toxicity or infection already in the body before the disease starts, before what we call the disease starts. [28:45.000 --> 29:00.000] And vaccines, their most insidious, one of the more insidious results is they weaken the immune system and disable it so that it can no longer properly react to pathogens. [29:00.000 --> 29:03.000] It's the opposite of health. [29:03.000 --> 29:15.000] That is the last and almost most surreptitious of the reality of vaccine effectiveness. [29:15.000 --> 29:22.000] We're coming up to another break, it looks like, and we'll get into some vaccine issues of trust. [29:22.000 --> 29:26.000] When we come back from the break, the music should be starting here in just a moment. [29:26.000 --> 29:33.000] Yes, indeed. Thank you so much for coming on here, Sean. This is really crucial information that people need to know. [29:33.000 --> 29:41.000] And there's got to be a way that we can take it to the public servants for requiring people to do this. [29:41.000 --> 29:44.000] I mean, it's outrageous. [29:44.000 --> 29:46.000] It's kind of like fluoride in the water. [29:46.000 --> 29:51.000] Once they know that it's damaging, they're liable. [29:51.000 --> 29:58.000] So we're going to discuss that some more on the other side. We'll be right back, folks. [29:58.000 --> 30:04.000] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. [30:04.000 --> 30:06.000] The government says that fire brought it down. [30:06.000 --> 30:11.000] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition. [30:11.000 --> 30:14.000] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. [30:14.000 --> 30:17.000] Thousands of my fellow force responders are dying. [30:17.000 --> 30:18.000] I'm not a conspiracy theorist. [30:18.000 --> 30:19.000] I'm a structural engineer. [30:19.000 --> 30:20.000] I'm a New York City correction officer. [30:20.000 --> 30:21.000] I'm an Air Force pilot. [30:21.000 --> 30:23.000] I'm the father who lost his son. [30:23.000 --> 30:25.000] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. [30:25.000 --> 30:29.000] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today. [30:29.000 --> 30:35.000] HempUSA.org has moved and expanded its operations for faster worldwide shipping. [30:35.000 --> 30:40.000] Our product line has grown from five to nearly 100 items in less than five years. [30:40.000 --> 30:45.000] Our food has grown naturally, always chemical-free, not found in stores. [30:45.000 --> 30:49.000] Great for daily intake and perfectly for your emergency storage shelter. [30:49.000 --> 30:59.000] Call 908-6912608 or visit hempusa.org and see what our powders, seeds, and oil can do for you. [30:59.000 --> 31:05.000] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy, [31:05.000 --> 31:08.000] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [31:08.000 --> 31:11.000] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then. [31:11.000 --> 31:12.000] Brave New Books? [31:12.000 --> 31:13.000] Yes. [31:13.000 --> 31:17.000] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, [31:17.000 --> 31:19.000] Ron Paul, Angie Albert Griffin. [31:19.000 --> 31:23.000] They even stock inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. [31:23.000 --> 31:26.000] There's no way a place like that exists. [31:26.000 --> 31:27.000] Go check it out for yourself. [31:27.000 --> 31:31.000] It's downtown in 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT. [31:31.000 --> 31:35.000] Oh, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there. [31:35.000 --> 31:41.000] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility [31:41.000 --> 31:43.000] just behind the bookstore. [31:43.000 --> 31:46.000] It does exist, but when are they open? [31:46.000 --> 31:51.000] Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays. [31:51.000 --> 32:20.000] So give them a call at 512-480-2503, or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com. [32:21.000 --> 32:34.000] Okay, folks, we are back. [32:34.000 --> 32:38.000] This is Rule of Law, Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens. [32:38.000 --> 32:44.000] And folks, remember, we are doing a fundraiser right now for the Logos Radio Network to pay [32:44.000 --> 32:50.000] for equipment that has already broke down that had to be replaced. [32:50.000 --> 32:56.000] And we desperately need to be reimbursed for that because the money that was going to be [32:56.000 --> 33:02.000] used to pay for that equipment was going to be used to pay bills for the network. [33:02.000 --> 33:04.000] So folks, we are in desperate need right now. [33:04.000 --> 33:10.000] LogosRadioNetwork.com, please go to the chip-in, and we're trying to raise $1,000 ASAP to get [33:10.000 --> 33:16.000] reimbursed for equipment that had to be replaced last week, and we're aiming to raise $7,000 [33:16.000 --> 33:21.000] ASAP to get reimbursed by the end of January, if not by the end of the year, to do further [33:21.000 --> 33:27.000] upgrades and to put some aside for operating expenses that continue to skyrocket. [33:27.000 --> 33:30.000] Okay, Randy, on the break, you had a point that you were going to make. [33:30.000 --> 33:37.000] On this score, there was one more point that in doing all of this, we wound up drinking [33:37.000 --> 33:41.000] up all of my beer. [33:41.000 --> 33:45.000] So Randy's beer fund is also depleted. [33:45.000 --> 33:47.000] We have to keep our priorities straight. [33:47.000 --> 33:48.000] Okay. [33:48.000 --> 33:57.000] Yes, there was something that I wanted to address, and it's why I found this subject compelling. [33:57.000 --> 34:04.000] The last time this was brought up on the air, Debra, you mentioned that at the time these [34:04.000 --> 34:15.000] vaccines came out, that there was a rather dramatic decrease in the incidences of these [34:15.000 --> 34:23.000] epidemics, but what wasn't publicized is before the vaccines were put out, there was already [34:23.000 --> 34:29.000] the beginnings of a dramatic decrease in these epidemics that were not attributed to the [34:29.000 --> 34:35.000] vaccines, but were attributed to better sanitation facilities. [34:35.000 --> 34:42.000] And that effectively, these epidemics would have decreased of their own accord. [34:42.000 --> 34:52.000] And actually, in some cases, there is indication that the vaccine itself caused incidences [34:52.000 --> 34:55.000] of the disease that otherwise wouldn't have occurred. [34:55.000 --> 35:00.000] I know when I was in the military, they were testing flu vaccines on us, and I thought [35:00.000 --> 35:01.000] it was going to kill us. [35:01.000 --> 35:05.000] Every time they gave us one of those stupid things, half the platoon would nearly die [35:05.000 --> 35:07.000] from it. [35:07.000 --> 35:09.000] So we always got the flu from the vaccine. [35:09.000 --> 35:11.000] I never saw the point. [35:11.000 --> 35:24.000] Anyway, would you address that about the real as opposed to the apparent effect of the vaccines? [35:24.000 --> 35:26.000] Sean? [35:26.000 --> 35:28.000] Yes, I'd love to. [35:28.000 --> 35:37.000] In reality, indeed, though some of the actual incidences of the disease went down, and this [35:37.000 --> 35:44.000] all took place from about 1910, 1915 through 1950, well before the introduction of the [35:44.000 --> 35:50.000] vaccines, as you said before, Randy, what went down precipitously by over 95 percent [35:50.000 --> 35:56.000] during that time, and once again before the vaccines were introduced, was the mortality [35:56.000 --> 35:59.000] associated with the diseases. [35:59.000 --> 36:05.000] Without that mortality, the diseases became not necessarily benign, but they obviously [36:05.000 --> 36:08.000] were no longer a great concern. [36:08.000 --> 36:13.000] In 1950, no one was afraid of the measles. [36:13.000 --> 36:19.000] Well, I was born in 49, so I was small during the early 50s. [36:19.000 --> 36:25.000] I had German measles that they thought was going to kill us, my 29, and it didn't. [36:25.000 --> 36:31.000] We probably had just about every communicable disease known to man. [36:31.000 --> 36:33.000] We lived on a farm. [36:33.000 --> 36:36.000] My parents were sharecroppers. [36:36.000 --> 36:43.000] We were poor, but around there, all the kids got these diseases. [36:43.000 --> 36:46.000] Your point is well made. [36:46.000 --> 36:50.000] I don't think the incidence of the disease went down. [36:50.000 --> 36:52.000] We kept dying from them. [36:52.000 --> 36:54.000] We had better facilities. [36:54.000 --> 37:01.000] We were healthier, and we weren't living on a razor's edge anyway. [37:01.000 --> 37:04.000] The disease come along and kick us over the edge. [37:04.000 --> 37:10.000] We were relatively healthy and robust, and we were able to tolerate these diseases the [37:10.000 --> 37:15.000] way humans, I suspect, had for the last couple hundred thousand years. [37:15.000 --> 37:17.000] Right, exactly. [37:17.000 --> 37:24.000] Mother Nature is not stupid and has armed us rather well. [37:24.000 --> 37:28.000] Let me go to one particular issue of trust. [37:28.000 --> 37:33.000] I want to talk about the issue of trust, and that's part of the name of the show, for a very specific reason. [37:33.000 --> 37:39.000] Most folks on the Facebook pages and in other debates and arguments you see about vaccines begin [37:39.000 --> 37:45.000] virtually immediately quoting figures from studies. [37:45.000 --> 37:49.000] It quickly becomes a study war, and no one wins. [37:49.000 --> 37:53.000] You don't change anybody's mind with this statistic very rarely. [37:53.000 --> 38:01.000] I go with my own perspective, which from the beginning, after learning what happened when the [38:01.000 --> 38:08.000] polio vaccine was introduced, went to issue of trust because I immediately realized that I simply [38:08.000 --> 38:11.000] could not trust the CDC. [38:11.000 --> 38:14.000] I couldn't trust what they said about vaccines. [38:14.000 --> 38:21.000] What happened was this, concurrent with the introduction of the polio vaccine, the CDC came out and [38:21.000 --> 38:25.000] drastically changed the definition of the disease. [38:25.000 --> 38:27.000] Now, let's get it straight. [38:27.000 --> 38:33.000] Polio, there were two types of polio being reported on a yearly basis as polio. [38:33.000 --> 38:39.000] One was paralytic, and one was non-paralytic poliomyelitis. [38:39.000 --> 38:42.000] The non-paralytic made up over half the reported cases. [38:42.000 --> 38:50.000] 55%, I think, I looked up 1953, and the vaccine came out in 55. [38:50.000 --> 38:55.000] Most of the cases, slightly over half, were the non-paralytic form. [38:55.000 --> 39:04.000] The CDC came out blatantly and changed the definition of paralytic polio so drastically as to automatically, [39:04.000 --> 39:08.000] with the stroke of a pen, eliminate more than 75% of the cases. [39:08.000 --> 39:16.000] At the same time, a diagnostic protocol went into effect and is well evidenced in many places. [39:16.000 --> 39:26.000] One of the most referenced is Los Angeles, the county health department there, during the decade of 1955-65, [39:26.000 --> 39:34.000] witnessed the reverse, if you will, of the figures for aseptic meningitis versus polio. [39:34.000 --> 39:41.000] And then came out with a statement in one of their publications that the reason that was happening was because [39:41.000 --> 39:48.000] many cases that were formerly considered polio were now being diagnosed as aseptic meningitis. [39:48.000 --> 39:53.000] The Canadian health authorities went boldly, even farther than that. [39:53.000 --> 39:57.000] They came out with a proclamation of sorts. [39:57.000 --> 39:58.000] They published it. [39:58.000 --> 40:06.000] In 1959, in their polio annual review, they actually published the fact that the year before, [40:06.000 --> 40:16.000] I think it's called the Dominion Council of Health, had, quote, recommended that for the purposes of national statistics reporting, [40:16.000 --> 40:25.000] that, henceforth, non-paralytic polio myelitis be called viral or aseptic meningitis. [40:25.000 --> 40:31.000] When you think about this, this is, to me, criminal because of the result, the consequences. [40:31.000 --> 40:39.000] These people, with that act, erased over half of the polio cases that had been reported up to that point. [40:39.000 --> 40:49.000] You put that in combination with the changes made to the paralytic and, in total, you eliminate with basically an erasure, [40:49.000 --> 40:55.000] a deletion type, if you will, erase the book, erase the word out of the dictionary, [40:55.000 --> 41:03.000] eliminate over 90% of the cases of polio and, indeed, a decade later, the morph had taken place [41:03.000 --> 41:14.000] and the figures had reversed and aseptic meningitis, which was the one primarily, evidently, that was put in place of the diagnosis of polio, [41:14.000 --> 41:22.000] took over the numbers that polio had had and polio had reduced by over 90%, no coincidence. [41:22.000 --> 41:29.000] And yet, obviously in full knowledge of this, because everyone has instituted it, the CDC has, since that time, [41:29.000 --> 41:38.000] not only claimed that the polio vaccine eradicated the disease, but they hold it up as one of the banners of the industry, [41:38.000 --> 41:45.000] that in smallpox. And it's a charade or a charade. It's false. [41:45.000 --> 41:53.000] And this is just one of many issues of trust, but I can't see how you can get any more poignant than this one, [41:53.000 --> 42:03.000] because it erodes once you understand this, any faith you can have in the vaccine information given us by the CDC. [42:03.000 --> 42:11.000] The statistics are manipulated. There's an agenda behind it, quite obviously, as obviously it's purposeful. [42:11.000 --> 42:21.000] One of the statisticians, a PhD statistician who was one of the four members of a panel held in 1960 by the Illinois Medical Society, [42:21.000 --> 42:28.000] which met specifically to discuss the problems with the ongoing polio vaccination campaign, [42:28.000 --> 42:38.000] literally said he was, in his opening remarks, that he was very concerned about the very misleading way the statistics were being used. [42:38.000 --> 42:45.000] It's in a report called the Ratner Report, and it goes into many other facets of the polio vaccine. [42:45.000 --> 42:55.000] Just a quick, for instance, during the development of the vaccine, there were problems with its virulence and with its effectiveness, [42:55.000 --> 43:03.000] and they put in place, I guess, with the cooperation and guidance of the CDC and other public entities, [43:03.000 --> 43:13.000] they were put in place a series of quality controls, and as per these statisticians and the MD involved, [43:13.000 --> 43:21.000] they all said, yes, that as soon as the vaccine was licensed, those quality controls were done. [43:21.000 --> 43:24.000] They were no longer followed by the manufacturers. [43:24.000 --> 43:34.000] The issues of trust in the vaccine myth abound, and to me, they're a more worthwhile avenue to explore, [43:34.000 --> 43:46.000] because they erode the basis of the vaccine industry, and they avoid what are often futile study wars and statistical battles. [43:46.000 --> 43:48.000] OK. Hold on. Thank you. [43:48.000 --> 43:52.000] This is Randy Kelton, Debbie Stevens, Eddie Craig, with our radio. [43:52.000 --> 43:58.000] We'll be right back on the other side to continue talking about why you should or should not get... [44:00.000 --> 44:04.000] The Oakland City Bombing, top ten reasons to question the official story. [44:04.000 --> 44:08.000] Reason number two, why was the ATF AWOL? [44:08.000 --> 44:11.000] Paramedic Tiffany Bible, who was on the scene within five minutes, [44:11.000 --> 44:18.000] has stated in an affidavit that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol and Tobacco and Firearms told her that they were not in their office that morning. [44:18.000 --> 44:22.000] D&T Catherine Mallet, also overheard one agent say to another, [44:22.000 --> 44:26.000] close, is that why we got the page to not come in today, end quote. [44:26.000 --> 44:33.000] Drew Shaw, as interviewed on KS4RTV, was also told by ATF agents that they had been paged to not come into work. [44:33.000 --> 44:39.000] The ATF initially denied these claims, and now variously claim that one of their agents was in a free-falling elevator, [44:39.000 --> 44:44.000] which has been disproven, or that they had been in an all-night stakeout, or that they had been in a golf tournament. [44:44.000 --> 44:49.000] As they try to sort out their lies, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning, [44:49.000 --> 44:54.000] and if so, why did they not pass it on to others in the normal? [44:54.000 --> 45:18.000] For more information, go to OKCFalminTruth.com. [45:25.000 --> 45:27.000] And now you can too. [45:27.000 --> 45:33.000] Jurisdictionary was created by a licensed attorney with 22 years of case-winning experience. [45:33.000 --> 45:38.000] Even if you're not in a lawsuit, you can learn what everyone should understand [45:38.000 --> 45:42.000] about the principles and practices that control our American courts. [45:42.000 --> 45:48.000] You'll receive our audio classroom, video seminar, tutorials, forms for civil cases, [45:48.000 --> 45:55.000] prosay tactics, and much more. Please visit ruleoflawradio.com and click on the banner, [45:55.000 --> 46:24.000] or call toll-free 866-LAW-EZ. [46:25.000 --> 46:28.000] Judge your stand-up on the soldier, or worry your heart's club, [46:28.000 --> 46:31.000] scuffle and they'll keep the peace. [46:31.000 --> 46:34.000] All they're taking is an misunderstanding, [46:34.000 --> 46:36.000] and somebody calls the police. [46:36.000 --> 47:00.000] Watchin' the spotlight, watchin' the spotlight. [47:00.000 --> 47:06.000] The break-down is in the section, the hard work can lead you to hopeless nails. [47:06.000 --> 47:09.000] If there's a possibility, talk drunk with me. [47:09.000 --> 47:12.000] A heavy load of cash, but not scared. [47:12.000 --> 47:15.000] The time is colliding with the counting. [47:15.000 --> 47:18.000] You find out how to why. [47:18.000 --> 47:20.000] It's not your moral standard. [47:20.000 --> 47:23.000] It's your patience that's on trial. [47:23.000 --> 47:29.000] Watchin' the spotlight. [47:29.000 --> 47:32.000] Okay, folks, we are back. [47:32.000 --> 47:37.000] We're talking with Sean Siegel, vaccine myth, an issue of trust, [47:37.000 --> 47:42.000] and Sean, we do have a caller, but you kind of got cut off there by the break a little bit, [47:42.000 --> 47:47.000] so I wanted you to go ahead and finish what you were saying before we go to the call. [47:47.000 --> 47:53.000] Okay, I was pretty much making an encapsulation of the entire issue of trust issue [47:53.000 --> 47:59.000] by describing the polio because it's one of the more egregious. [47:59.000 --> 48:07.000] I can't see how you can get any more insulting than claiming a disease was eradicated, [48:07.000 --> 48:13.000] but really coming along and changing officially its definition and its diagnostic parameters, [48:13.000 --> 48:19.000] and then holding that up to people as a motivation to de-vaccinate [48:19.000 --> 48:25.000] when, in fact, every single vaccine has a history of killing some kids and adults [48:25.000 --> 48:32.000] and injuring seriously life-long debilitation many, many more. [48:32.000 --> 48:35.000] I'd like to just point out one more thing before we go to the caller, [48:35.000 --> 48:39.000] and this is in relation to children, to kids, to babies. [48:39.000 --> 48:46.000] The neonatal immune system between newborn infant and babyhood, [48:46.000 --> 48:52.000] the first year and a half to two years, there is a period where the production [48:52.000 --> 48:57.000] of certain chemicals in the immune system is subdued or not produced at all. [48:57.000 --> 49:01.000] This is natural. This is Mother Nature's plan, and there's a reason for it. [49:01.000 --> 49:08.000] It allows the body to become acquainted with, identify as friendly all the self-biologics, [49:08.000 --> 49:14.000] so there's no autoimmune reactions to the body's own chemicals. [49:14.000 --> 49:20.000] It also helps avoid developing allergies to the surrounding environment, [49:20.000 --> 49:23.000] and this goes on for a period of up to two years. [49:23.000 --> 49:29.000] But in the first two years, we are now, it's unbelievable to say, [49:29.000 --> 49:38.000] we are now injecting 115 doses of 36 different disease antigens into kids by the age of two, [49:38.000 --> 49:45.000] and this is done over about 30 shots, almost all of those shots contain an adjuvant [49:45.000 --> 49:51.000] that fundamentally fort that entire process of what is supposed to be a patient [49:51.000 --> 49:55.000] and subtle development of the immune system. [49:55.000 --> 50:02.000] And this is why we are seeing so much chronic illness and autoimmune disease in kids. [50:02.000 --> 50:08.000] The National Institute of Health even has named at the constellation of autoimmune disorders [50:08.000 --> 50:10.000] the adjuvant diseases. [50:10.000 --> 50:16.000] It is absolutely admitted that the adjuvants and vaccines cause autoimmune diseases. [50:16.000 --> 50:24.000] They are in fact used by researchers routinely to induce rheumatoid arthritis in lab animals, [50:24.000 --> 50:29.000] yet we're injecting these into our kids in the most formative years [50:29.000 --> 50:35.000] during the very most delicate process of development and maturation of the immune system. [50:35.000 --> 50:41.000] So beware of vaccines is all I can say. [50:41.000 --> 50:45.000] Okay. Thank you, Sean. [50:45.000 --> 50:50.000] That was pretty much your primary presentation. [50:50.000 --> 50:52.000] Now we have a caller on point. [50:52.000 --> 50:56.000] I would like to bring in now Tom in California. [50:56.000 --> 51:02.000] Tom, you had a question or comment on the vaccine issue. [51:02.000 --> 51:06.000] Yes, absolutely. Sean, you're awesome. [51:06.000 --> 51:17.000] I just wanted one of the most common or a popular caller contacted me [51:17.000 --> 51:22.000] and told me that I should contact this radio station. [51:22.000 --> 51:26.000] I never listened to radio. Really? [51:26.000 --> 51:33.000] Oh, why don't you just stick me with a sharp stick? [51:33.000 --> 51:35.000] I'm glad you called Tom. [51:35.000 --> 51:39.000] Thank God that she directed me here tonight [51:39.000 --> 51:45.000] because what I have is brought the entire United States down to the knees [51:45.000 --> 51:48.000] because they're violating the Clean Water Act. [51:48.000 --> 51:53.000] All they are is the Utility Corporation. Obama is a CEO [51:53.000 --> 51:59.000] for a municipal wastewater conglomerate that's right out of London. [51:59.000 --> 52:02.000] You know what they're doing? [52:02.000 --> 52:05.000] It's a mission genocide. [52:05.000 --> 52:09.000] What you're talking about, Sean, is one instrument of it. [52:09.000 --> 52:14.000] It's a slow kill process that they have. [52:14.000 --> 52:20.000] They organized it in 1871 and the impersonated government has been doing it ever since. [52:20.000 --> 52:26.000] One of the primary things they're doing is they're killing every one of us with our water. [52:26.000 --> 52:31.000] Wait a minute. You said they. Who were they? [52:31.000 --> 52:36.000] Let me explain. It's organized from the field in London [52:36.000 --> 52:43.000] and the they are the civil engineers operating in the wastewater discipline [52:43.000 --> 52:44.000] and the... [52:44.000 --> 52:47.000] Wait a minute. You still didn't say who they were. [52:47.000 --> 52:49.000] Well, I'm explaining. They're two societies. [52:49.000 --> 52:54.000] They are made up of two societies. It's a secret society together. [52:54.000 --> 52:58.000] It's the bar members, British accreditation registry members [52:58.000 --> 53:03.000] operating within the United States Incorporated. [53:03.000 --> 53:04.000] Okay. [53:04.000 --> 53:09.000] And the civil engineers operating in positions of government [53:09.000 --> 53:14.000] and operating in the discipline of wastewater, which has been unlawful [53:14.000 --> 53:17.000] since October 18, 1972. [53:17.000 --> 53:23.000] They were supposed to begin controlling 65 toxic pollutants [53:23.000 --> 53:25.000] that are associated with our discharges. [53:25.000 --> 53:31.000] And Centiprene Water Act was right there, 1360, 1317, out of 33. [53:31.000 --> 53:32.000] But it's... [53:32.000 --> 53:35.000] Okay, hold on. Hold on, Tom. Back away from your mic a little bit. [53:35.000 --> 53:37.000] You're kind of booming. [53:37.000 --> 53:40.000] Oh, I know something. [53:40.000 --> 53:45.000] You're like us. You're getting excited. [53:45.000 --> 53:48.000] I'm excited. I called this show... [53:48.000 --> 53:50.000] I mean, I called this and started listening to you guys [53:50.000 --> 53:53.000] and I mean, you're absolutely correct. [53:53.000 --> 53:55.000] It's the mercury. [53:55.000 --> 53:59.000] Mercury is what they put in those, primarily, plus all these other diseases, [53:59.000 --> 54:03.000] but they're killing this with mercury. [54:03.000 --> 54:07.000] Right. And they say they took the mercury out and they did [54:07.000 --> 54:09.000] some of the vaccines. [54:09.000 --> 54:11.000] They took it out of most, but at the same time, [54:11.000 --> 54:13.000] they greatly increased... [54:13.000 --> 54:16.000] They added, actually, and then greatly increased the number of flu vaccines. [54:16.000 --> 54:22.000] And last year, I had the displeasure of watching a TV news coverage [54:22.000 --> 54:26.000] of kids at an elementary school getting vaccinated for the flu [54:26.000 --> 54:30.000] at a flu vaccine clinic, and every one of them was getting a shot. [54:30.000 --> 54:34.000] It was downloaded from a multi-dose vial of the vaccine, [54:34.000 --> 54:39.000] which included a full, preservative dose, 25 micrograms of temerosol, [54:39.000 --> 54:43.000] which is equivalent to 125 times the mercury concentration [54:43.000 --> 54:46.000] considered a hazardous waste by the EPA. [54:46.000 --> 54:49.000] In these case, we're having it injected into them. [54:49.000 --> 54:52.000] And you know that the parents were never notified of any choice [54:52.000 --> 54:55.000] or given any of the information. [54:55.000 --> 55:01.000] Is chelation therapy effective against the mercury? [55:01.000 --> 55:07.000] Yes. Yes, there are loads of very heartening videos [55:07.000 --> 55:11.000] of biomedical treatments and treatments including chelation [55:11.000 --> 55:16.000] that have rescued kids to some degree and some cases completely, [55:16.000 --> 55:19.000] practically speaking, from everything from speech disorders [55:19.000 --> 55:23.000] to learning disabilities to autism. [55:23.000 --> 55:25.000] Absolutely. [55:25.000 --> 55:27.000] Chelation is awesome. [55:27.000 --> 55:31.000] You certainly need to push chelation. [55:31.000 --> 55:35.000] Yeah, we're going to have Andy Cutler who has got his own brand [55:35.000 --> 55:38.000] and he's quite respected from what I can claim on our show [55:38.000 --> 55:41.000] in the next few weeks or within the next month, [55:41.000 --> 55:43.000] and he has his own protocol. [55:43.000 --> 55:46.000] In fact, it's called the Cutler Protocol that many people swear by [55:46.000 --> 55:49.000] and he is a chelator supreme apparently. [55:49.000 --> 55:52.000] So that will be coming up on our show as well. [55:52.000 --> 55:58.000] Well, I would suggest Kitty Lear, but I get a lot of flack over that. [55:58.000 --> 56:01.000] I wonder why. [56:01.000 --> 56:03.000] Zeolite. [56:03.000 --> 56:04.000] Yeah. [56:04.000 --> 56:08.000] Well, I'll tell you what, let me give out a couple names real quick [56:08.000 --> 56:11.000] for folks who really want to get some vaccine information [56:11.000 --> 56:13.000] and are looking for resource. [56:13.000 --> 56:15.000] Just a few things. [56:15.000 --> 56:19.000] Dr. Sherry Tenpenny, I can't recommend anybody more highly. [56:19.000 --> 56:24.000] There's a DVD called Vaccines, The Benefits, The Risks, The Choices. [56:24.000 --> 56:29.000] This woman has spent probably 15,000 hours over the last 12 years [56:29.000 --> 56:34.000] researching vaccines and her DVD is almost three hours long, [56:34.000 --> 56:37.000] very thorough, very full of information. [56:37.000 --> 56:40.000] Where can we find that video? [56:40.000 --> 56:42.000] I'm going to Google it. [56:42.000 --> 56:46.000] She has a website, I'm sure, I think it's called DrTenpenny.com, [56:46.000 --> 56:49.000] my name is Sherry Tenpenny. Can you spell that? [56:49.000 --> 56:55.000] Yes, Tenpenny just as it sounds, T-E-N-P-E-N-Y. [56:55.000 --> 56:59.000] And Sherry is spelled S-H-E-R-R-I. [56:59.000 --> 57:01.000] Dr. Sherry Tenpenny. [57:01.000 --> 57:04.000] There's a great book everybody recommends called [57:04.000 --> 57:07.000] How to Raise a Healthy Child in Spite of Your Doctor, [57:07.000 --> 57:14.000] written by Dr. Robert Mendelson, M-E-N-D-E-L-S-O-H-N, [57:14.000 --> 57:17.000] I'm sure it can be found easily on Google or on Amazon. [57:17.000 --> 57:22.000] And beyond that, we're coming down to the close, [57:22.000 --> 57:27.000] so I'll say this, I'll be back apparently for a few minutes after the break, [57:27.000 --> 57:31.000] and there's a couple more resources I'll give out at that time. [57:31.000 --> 57:35.000] But folks who have kids of vaccine age, [57:35.000 --> 57:38.000] anybody that has kids of vaccine age, [57:38.000 --> 57:41.000] they really need to tune into the show, [57:41.000 --> 57:44.000] and there are other shows like it. [57:44.000 --> 57:49.000] Vaccine awareness is spreading, but like the... [57:49.000 --> 57:54.000] Okay, you know, politics, this is going to happen from a grassroots level. [57:54.000 --> 57:57.000] It's going to happen from the bottom up, not the top down. [57:57.000 --> 58:00.000] Tell them when your show is on. [58:00.000 --> 58:05.000] The Vaccine Myth Issue Trust broadcasts every Sunday here on Logos Radio Network [58:05.000 --> 58:09.000] from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time. [58:09.000 --> 58:14.000] And it can be heard on the net and is archived within a few days after that [58:14.000 --> 58:16.000] on LogosRadioNetwork.com. [58:16.000 --> 58:19.000] All right, Tom, did you have any other final closing words? [58:19.000 --> 58:22.000] We're coming down to the break. [58:22.000 --> 58:24.000] Wait a couple more minutes. [58:24.000 --> 58:27.000] Hold on, what was that, Tom? [58:27.000 --> 58:30.000] I'm sorry? [58:30.000 --> 58:34.000] Did you have any final...just a few seconds left. [58:34.000 --> 58:36.000] Okay, alkalinity. [58:36.000 --> 58:41.000] John, alkalinity. Tell them about disease cannot live in an alkaline environment. [58:41.000 --> 58:43.000] All right, we are coming down to the break. [58:43.000 --> 58:45.000] We're going to have to cover that on the other side. [58:45.000 --> 58:49.000] We'll be right back, folks, after this top-of-the-hour break. [58:49.000 --> 58:53.000] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, [58:53.000 --> 58:57.000] yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [58:57.000 --> 59:01.000] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, [59:01.000 --> 59:05.000] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture. [59:08.000 --> 59:12.000] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, [59:12.000 --> 59:17.000] but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:17.000 --> 59:21.000] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, [59:21.000 --> 59:27.000] providing an entrance into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before. [01:00:18.000 --> 01:00:22.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again, [01:00:22.000 --> 01:00:27.000] and once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:00:27.000 --> 01:00:32.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. [01:00:32.000 --> 01:00:35.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:00:35.000 --> 01:00:38.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, [01:00:38.000 --> 01:00:42.000] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:00:42.000 --> 01:00:45.000] Start over with StartPage. [01:00:45.000 --> 01:00:49.000] When I stayed at hotels, I'm generally suspicious of the carpet, [01:00:49.000 --> 01:00:51.000] and I always give the bedspread a wide berth. [01:00:51.000 --> 01:00:56.000] Okay, call me a germaphobe, but a new study vindicates at least some of my paranoia. [01:00:56.000 --> 01:01:01.000] In a survey of hotels in three states, the American Society for Microbiology found [01:01:01.000 --> 01:01:07.000] that 81% of hotel room surfaces contain fecal bacteria, yuck. [01:01:07.000 --> 01:01:12.000] The worst offenders? TV remotes, followed by toilets and bathroom sinks. [01:01:12.000 --> 01:01:16.000] Light switches and phones also tested high for bacteria. [01:01:16.000 --> 01:01:19.000] Before using them, a little hand sanitizer might be in order. [01:01:19.000 --> 01:01:24.000] So which surface is safest? The headboard, but good luck eating off of it. [01:01:24.000 --> 01:01:30.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:01:30.000 --> 01:01:38.000] Health-conscious consumers are ditching plastic food containers, worried about leaching chemicals. [01:01:38.000 --> 01:01:41.000] Are they being health-wise or just paranoid? [01:01:41.000 --> 01:01:46.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll wait into the controversy over plastics and health next. [01:01:46.000 --> 01:01:52.000] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:01:52.000 --> 01:01:57.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. [01:01:57.000 --> 01:02:02.000] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. [01:02:02.000 --> 01:02:08.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, [01:02:08.000 --> 01:02:12.000] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:02:12.000 --> 01:02:16.000] Start over with StartPage. [01:02:16.000 --> 01:02:21.000] Concern over plastic is rising, prompted by some studies that say compounds in water bottles [01:02:21.000 --> 01:02:25.000] and food packaging can cause cancer, infertility, and birth defects. [01:02:25.000 --> 01:02:28.000] But is ditching plastic a good idea? [01:02:28.000 --> 01:02:33.000] Most concerns focus on BPA, a compound used in plastic softeners. [01:02:33.000 --> 01:02:39.000] Some scientists say these compounds leach into food and drinks, but the plastic industry says otherwise, [01:02:39.000 --> 01:02:42.000] noting that experimental findings have not been repeated. [01:02:42.000 --> 01:02:45.000] Until scientists can agree on plastics, what should we do? [01:02:45.000 --> 01:02:49.000] Personally, I avoid plastic bottles and packaged meals. [01:02:49.000 --> 01:02:52.000] After all, fresh food can only do us good. [01:02:52.000 --> 01:03:03.000] Objector Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine. [01:03:03.000 --> 01:03:12.000] Looking for some truth? You found it. LogosRadioNetwork.com. [01:03:12.000 --> 01:03:37.000] Music [01:03:37.000 --> 01:03:57.000] Music [01:03:57.000 --> 01:04:00.000] Okay, folks, we are back. This is the rule of law. [01:04:00.000 --> 01:04:03.000] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens. [01:04:03.000 --> 01:04:09.000] This is our two of our Thursday, October 11th show. [01:04:09.000 --> 01:04:16.000] We are here with our guest, Sean Siegel, who is also a host on this network. [01:04:16.000 --> 01:04:20.000] He is the host of the show, The Vaccine Myth and Issue of Trust. [01:04:20.000 --> 01:04:23.000] We have been talking about health issues. [01:04:23.000 --> 01:04:29.000] I'd also like to get into some legal issues regarding vaccines in just a moment. [01:04:29.000 --> 01:04:38.000] I had a question to pose for Randy that we have discussed relating to the fluoride issue in the past. [01:04:38.000 --> 01:04:41.000] But before we do that, we also have Michael Badnarik with us right now. [01:04:41.000 --> 01:04:44.000] He's going to be commenting on this issue here in a moment as well. [01:04:44.000 --> 01:04:50.000] Sean, before we went to break, we were asked a question by a caller, Tom in California, [01:04:50.000 --> 01:05:00.000] concerning the alkaline environment, alkalinity of the human body and the fact that most dangerous viruses [01:05:00.000 --> 01:05:03.000] cannot survive in an alkaline environment. [01:05:03.000 --> 01:05:06.000] So do you want to comment on that, Sean? [01:05:06.000 --> 01:05:14.000] Yeah, I can comment on to it most pointedly involving cancer, [01:05:14.000 --> 01:05:20.000] because there was a long-standing thread on the Facebook page that I frequent. [01:05:20.000 --> 01:05:22.000] It's called Great Mother's Questioning Vaccines. [01:05:22.000 --> 01:05:24.000] Obviously, we're not all mothers. [01:05:24.000 --> 01:05:31.000] That spoke directly to curing cancer with ingestion of baking soda, [01:05:31.000 --> 01:05:36.000] and there's ways to do that that make it at least acceptable if not palatable. [01:05:36.000 --> 01:05:46.000] Baking soda in pure water and add a little bit of molasses and literally drink it. [01:05:46.000 --> 01:05:51.000] And one man, more than one person, has supposedly cured themselves of cancer [01:05:51.000 --> 01:05:59.000] and gone through admission completely by raising the pH of their body from acidic to alkaline. [01:05:59.000 --> 01:06:06.000] And Tom's mention of the fact that that also works with a lot of viruses is not surprising. [01:06:06.000 --> 01:06:12.000] I have a family member who is a long-standing medical professional. [01:06:12.000 --> 01:06:13.000] He's a doctor. [01:06:13.000 --> 01:06:19.000] And when I mentioned using baking soda and alkalinity to cure cancer, he laughed. [01:06:19.000 --> 01:06:23.000] And it wasn't but a week later, I saw the University of New Mexico [01:06:23.000 --> 01:06:30.000] and was experimenting with baking soda as a potential cure for cancer. [01:06:30.000 --> 01:06:36.000] Can I make a quick baking soda story? [01:06:36.000 --> 01:06:37.000] Sure. [01:06:37.000 --> 01:06:44.000] You know, I do this radio show and I started getting the back of my tongue got stiff [01:06:44.000 --> 01:06:51.000] and like a film on it, and I've got a growth on the back of my tongue about a quarter of an inch high. [01:06:51.000 --> 01:06:55.000] It's very, very disturbing. [01:06:55.000 --> 01:07:02.000] I gargled with baking soda for three days and it is gone. [01:07:02.000 --> 01:07:10.000] I had a small mold-like growth, white in the middle of my temple and it's been there for four, five years. [01:07:10.000 --> 01:07:15.000] And the other day I was looking in the mirror and I thought, you know, that could most likely as a mold, [01:07:15.000 --> 01:07:17.000] it's most likely fungus related. [01:07:17.000 --> 01:07:20.000] The baking soda really goes after fungus. [01:07:20.000 --> 01:07:26.000] I had some baking soda wet my fingertips, stuck it in there and put a white spot on my face. [01:07:26.000 --> 01:07:28.000] I did that for three days. [01:07:28.000 --> 01:07:30.000] It is gone. [01:07:30.000 --> 01:07:33.000] Well, now wait a minute, I got a comment here. [01:07:33.000 --> 01:07:37.000] If gargling with baking soda for three days gets rid of irritating surfaces, [01:07:37.000 --> 01:07:40.000] Randy, you should be nothing but a pair of loafers by now. [01:07:40.000 --> 01:07:44.000] I have been bathing in it. [01:07:44.000 --> 01:07:46.000] Well, I resemble that remark. [01:07:46.000 --> 01:07:47.000] But I'm not here. [01:07:47.000 --> 01:07:49.000] This is personal. [01:07:49.000 --> 01:07:54.000] I was absolutely amazed at how quick. [01:07:54.000 --> 01:07:59.000] This was one of those things that was getting very, very frightening. [01:07:59.000 --> 01:08:09.000] The guy that lives behind me had what the doctors called a pre-cancerous growth on his tongue. [01:08:09.000 --> 01:08:12.000] And they cut half of his tongue off. [01:08:12.000 --> 01:08:16.000] And I have absolutely no doubt had I went to the doctor, [01:08:16.000 --> 01:08:20.000] they looked at that and called that pre-cancerous. [01:08:20.000 --> 01:08:21.000] Right. [01:08:21.000 --> 01:08:26.000] It was a growth probably three-eighths of an inch high. [01:08:26.000 --> 01:08:29.000] Stuck straight up off the back of my tongue. [01:08:29.000 --> 01:08:31.000] And in three days, it was gone. [01:08:31.000 --> 01:08:32.000] Well, for folks... [01:08:32.000 --> 01:08:34.000] It's been months ago and it hasn't come back. [01:08:34.000 --> 01:08:38.000] Well, for folks out there who may have heard of Dr. Leonard Coldwell, [01:08:38.000 --> 01:08:43.000] if you haven't looked him up, Dr. Leonard Coldwell, just like it sounds, [01:08:43.000 --> 01:08:47.000] and he has written a book, The Only Answer to Cancer. [01:08:47.000 --> 01:08:49.000] He is very famous. [01:08:49.000 --> 01:08:56.000] He's considered one of the premier world experts on cancer. [01:08:56.000 --> 01:08:59.000] He knew more about cancer by the time he was 16 years old [01:08:59.000 --> 01:09:05.000] than probably anyone else in the world because he was so motivated to find the answer to cancer [01:09:05.000 --> 01:09:09.000] because of so many of his family members were getting cancer and dying. [01:09:09.000 --> 01:09:17.000] And the man has cured over 35,000 people of cancer through diet, [01:09:17.000 --> 01:09:21.000] mainly diet, vegan diet, lifestyle changes, [01:09:21.000 --> 01:09:26.000] and one of his primary modes, methodologies, [01:09:26.000 --> 01:09:31.000] is called the baking soda and maple syrup remedy. [01:09:31.000 --> 01:09:35.000] And of course, just that alone isn't going to save your life. [01:09:35.000 --> 01:09:41.000] You have to make dietary and lifestyle changes raising the alkalinity of your system [01:09:41.000 --> 01:09:42.000] and these sorts of things. [01:09:42.000 --> 01:09:46.000] But, yeah, folks, look up Dr. Leonard Coldwell, The Only Answer to Cancer. [01:09:46.000 --> 01:09:47.000] He really knows what he's talking about. [01:09:47.000 --> 01:09:55.000] One of the main things that people can do to increase your chances of survival [01:09:55.000 --> 01:09:59.000] in any situation is to keep your pH level high. [01:09:59.000 --> 01:10:01.000] And there's many different ways to do that. [01:10:01.000 --> 01:10:03.000] I don't want to get into all of it tonight. [01:10:03.000 --> 01:10:08.000] But Dr. Leonard Coldwell, I saw an interview with him one time and he said that, [01:10:08.000 --> 01:10:16.000] you know, cancer is just a normal situation of human life. [01:10:16.000 --> 01:10:24.000] He says that every human being gets cancer at least six to ten times in their life. [01:10:24.000 --> 01:10:26.000] That's just being a human being. [01:10:26.000 --> 01:10:28.000] You will get cancer. [01:10:28.000 --> 01:10:32.000] The chances are you probably, wait a minute, let me finish, Randy. [01:10:32.000 --> 01:10:35.000] Chances are you probably have it right now. [01:10:35.000 --> 01:10:42.000] But people's immune systems, if you're healthy, your immune system is able to fight it off. [01:10:42.000 --> 01:10:47.000] And so by keeping your pH level high, by keeping your immune system strong, [01:10:47.000 --> 01:10:51.000] your body is able to deal with the cancer and you never even know that you have it. [01:10:51.000 --> 01:10:55.000] So please look him up, Dr. Leonard Coldwell. [01:10:55.000 --> 01:10:56.000] So what is this? [01:10:56.000 --> 01:10:58.000] What were you going to say, Randy? [01:10:58.000 --> 01:11:03.000] When the egg is fertilized in the uterus, it's free-floating. [01:11:03.000 --> 01:11:05.000] They're all free-floating. [01:11:05.000 --> 01:11:11.000] The one that's fertilized in the uterus will develop a cancerous growth. [01:11:11.000 --> 01:11:20.000] And that growth will lance the wall of the uterus and attach the fertilized egg to the wall of the uterus. [01:11:20.000 --> 01:11:25.000] Once it taps the parent blood system, the parent blood system will suppress the cancerous cells. [01:11:25.000 --> 01:11:31.000] You have the precursor of those cells in your body all the time. [01:11:31.000 --> 01:11:35.000] If you didn't, you would never have been born, but your system controls them. [01:11:35.000 --> 01:11:37.000] Cancer is not a disease. [01:11:37.000 --> 01:11:44.000] Cancer is a condition where your system stops controlling those things that are already there. [01:11:44.000 --> 01:11:46.000] And that's what all these guys are going to. [01:11:46.000 --> 01:11:48.000] Cancer is not a disease. [01:11:48.000 --> 01:11:50.000] It is a condition. [01:11:50.000 --> 01:11:55.000] Get your system straightened out, your system will handle it like it was designed to do. [01:11:55.000 --> 01:11:57.000] That's all I got to say on that subject. [01:11:57.000 --> 01:12:02.000] Okay, Randy, before we bring on Michael and let Sean go, since we're getting on into the segment here, [01:12:02.000 --> 01:12:14.000] I wanted to go to a legal issue regarding the vaccines concerning liability of these public servants. [01:12:14.000 --> 01:12:24.000] When we were discussing the issue of putting this toxic fluorosilic acid in our water supply, [01:12:24.000 --> 01:12:29.000] which is a refuse of the fertilizer industry. [01:12:29.000 --> 01:12:34.000] And we've had people on talking about this, doctors, scientists, et cetera. [01:12:34.000 --> 01:12:40.000] Once it is made known, and these people have made presentations to city council, [01:12:40.000 --> 01:12:46.000] once these public servants have been made aware, put on notice, [01:12:46.000 --> 01:12:53.000] once they have been made publicly known that this is highly toxic and dangerous, [01:12:53.000 --> 01:12:58.000] we were discussing at one point that now they are liable, [01:12:58.000 --> 01:13:05.000] and if they don't remove it from our water supply, they can be held criminally and civilly liable. [01:13:05.000 --> 01:13:13.000] And so I wanted to translate that over to the vaccine situation with all this information that is out here [01:13:13.000 --> 01:13:18.000] about the dangers, the deadliness of these vaccines. [01:13:18.000 --> 01:13:23.000] Once we put these public servants on notice, and how can we put these public servants on notice [01:13:23.000 --> 01:13:30.000] so that if they continue to pass laws or try to enforce laws requiring people to take them, [01:13:30.000 --> 01:13:39.000] how can we make them be held their feet to the fire, hold them civilly and criminally liable? [01:13:39.000 --> 01:13:45.000] That's an excellent question. The West Virginia situation was pretty clear in that respect [01:13:45.000 --> 01:13:51.000] because we have a public health authority who obviously overstepped the bounds of their authority [01:13:51.000 --> 01:13:56.000] when they added the vaccines to the list. That's not the case nationwide. [01:13:56.000 --> 01:14:02.000] Unfortunately, Deb, we are fighting a behemoth in the vaccine industry. [01:14:02.000 --> 01:14:10.000] And by the vaccine industry, I mean the CDC, all the public health agencies whose balls are adorned with posters [01:14:10.000 --> 01:14:14.000] supplied by the pharmaceutical companies and the vaccine manufacturers, [01:14:14.000 --> 01:14:20.000] the FDA that in essence rubber stamps the approvals for the vaccines, [01:14:20.000 --> 01:14:27.000] most of the medical establishment in particular the AAP, the American Association of Pediatrics, [01:14:27.000 --> 01:14:37.000] the construction of whose national headquarters was in a large part funded by the pharmaceutical companies. [01:14:37.000 --> 01:14:47.000] And last but not least, as I said, the mainstream media who basically acts as their go-to boys for public relations. [01:14:47.000 --> 01:14:57.000] It's a terrible battle. And there is a humongous cloud of mist and disinformation out there that has to be fought, [01:14:57.000 --> 01:15:03.000] which is why I told someone the other day that if we can get one person, [01:15:03.000 --> 01:15:11.000] each individual that stops vaccinating or at least hesitates and starts thinking about it more seriously [01:15:11.000 --> 01:15:17.000] and begins researching is an unparalleled victory. We have to work from the ground up. [01:15:17.000 --> 01:15:27.000] We're not going to change from the top down any more than we will change the fact that to go with the flow here [01:15:27.000 --> 01:15:35.000] that Obama and Romney are simply two different candidates of the true party, which is Goldman Sachs. [01:15:35.000 --> 01:15:42.000] Right. Okay. Yes, indeed. We have to work from the ground up. And I say also death by a thousand cuts. [01:15:42.000 --> 01:15:47.000] We've got to hit them every which way we can. And I say take it to the lawmakers also, [01:15:47.000 --> 01:15:54.000] especially in these states where they're requiring people to do this and where there's like little or no exemptions at all. [01:15:54.000 --> 01:16:03.000] If we take this information to them in a public forum on the record and they still will not back down from the laws, [01:16:03.000 --> 01:16:09.000] then it's time to sue them. Then it's time to press criminal charges because they are liable at that point. [01:16:09.000 --> 01:16:15.000] And that's, you know, basically all I wanted to bring up. But we are coming to the end of the segment here [01:16:15.000 --> 01:16:22.000] and we do need to bring on Michael Badnarik. Sean, you're welcome to stay on for commentary with Michael. [01:16:22.000 --> 01:16:26.000] But I appreciate you coming on again. Any closing comments? [01:16:26.000 --> 01:16:34.000] Wait, let me press Ted. Wait, hold on. Hold on. We're at the end of the segment. We're at the end of the segment. Any closing comments, Sean? [01:16:34.000 --> 01:16:41.000] No. Thank you very much for the opportunity. Sundays from 2 to 4 p.m. central time is the vaccine that can issue with trust. [01:16:41.000 --> 01:16:47.000] Okay. And apparently Ted does have a question about vaccines. So if you'd like to stay on for some commentary on the calls, that'd be great. [01:16:47.000 --> 01:16:52.000] And we are going to, and we'll bring Michael Badnarik on on the other side. [01:16:52.000 --> 01:16:56.000] All right, folks, this is the rule of law. We'll be right back. [01:17:23.000 --> 01:17:33.000] We offer freeze-dried, storeable foods by Augustin Farms, Bergy Water Products, ammunition at 10% above wholesale, and more. [01:17:33.000 --> 01:17:38.000] You can lock in a spot place with our silver pool, and we set up Metal's IRA account. [01:17:38.000 --> 01:17:47.000] Call us at 512-646-644-0 for more details. We're located at 7304 Burnett Road, sweet A, about a half a mile south of Anderson. [01:17:47.000 --> 01:17:57.000] We're open Monday through Friday, 10 to 6, Saturdays, 10 to 2. Visit us at capitalcoinandbullying.com or call 512-646-644-0. [01:18:17.000 --> 01:18:27.000] I feel so good. I don't need so much good. Ain't I a sight compared to what I used to be? [01:18:27.000 --> 01:18:45.000] Calcium, magnesium, selenium, and zinc. Take a moment now and think. If you have a little drink, every day will bring the life that you've been looking for. [01:18:45.000 --> 01:18:52.000] Beyond Tangy Tangerine is available at Brave New Books, located at 1904 Guadeloupe Street. [01:18:52.000 --> 01:19:20.000] The bookstore also carries the works of Dr. Joel Wallach, founder of Young Jevity, and creator of Beyond Tangy Tangerine. [01:19:20.000 --> 01:19:32.000] We are back. This is the rule of law. Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens. [01:19:32.000 --> 01:19:37.000] We are here with two of our very special guests, Mr. Michael Benerick and Sean Siegel. [01:19:37.000 --> 01:19:47.000] Sean is staying on with us because there are a couple of callers that have some questions, but I wanted to start to make a transition here to bring Michael into the mix [01:19:47.000 --> 01:20:00.000] because he is here to talk about his new book, and before we get into the book, Michael, what are your comments on this vaccine issue? [01:20:00.000 --> 01:20:07.000] Are you giving me this softball pitch for my quote? Is that what you mean? You bring me a needle. [01:20:07.000 --> 01:20:13.000] Wait, wait, wait. Don't rob him of his thunder now. Go ahead, Michael. [01:20:13.000 --> 01:20:25.000] I was running for president. The first press conference, the first question, Mr. Benerick, what is your position on mandatory vaccinations? [01:20:25.000 --> 01:20:32.000] And because I wasn't a diplomat yet, I hadn't learned how to answer questions without pissing people off. [01:20:32.000 --> 01:20:40.000] I just told the truth. I said, you bring the syringe, I'll bring my 45 and we'll see who makes a bigger hole. [01:20:40.000 --> 01:20:54.000] And that is perhaps the most quoted quote that I've ever made. It got me a full-page article in the San Antonio newspaper. [01:20:54.000 --> 01:20:56.000] That's incredible. [01:20:56.000 --> 01:21:02.000] I'm loving it. I love it. [01:21:02.000 --> 01:21:17.000] The funniest part is that I've had people come up to me, give me that quote, and then when I laugh, they tell me that I'm welcome to use it. [01:21:17.000 --> 01:21:25.000] That's my favorite part. It's like, gee, thanks. I appreciate that. [01:21:25.000 --> 01:21:27.000] Absolutely. [01:21:27.000 --> 01:21:34.000] At least they gave it back to you correctly. Yeah, that's true. [01:21:34.000 --> 01:21:40.000] All right, we have a caller on the line here, Ted. Michael and Sean, I'd like you to respond to Ted. [01:21:40.000 --> 01:21:43.000] Ted, what is your question or comment about this vaccine issue? [01:21:43.000 --> 01:21:57.000] Thank you so much for taking my call. I just recently went to my local HMO, you know, healthcare practitioner, and one thing they're recommending that everybody over 50 get a pneumonia vaccine. [01:21:57.000 --> 01:22:02.000] I never get flu shots or anything, so I'm wondering if this is really appropriate. [01:22:02.000 --> 01:22:10.000] Number two, is there a difference between the vaccines injected versus vaccines inhaled through the nostrils? [01:22:10.000 --> 01:22:20.000] I know they have those. And third thing, every time I go to my healthcare practitioner, I'm sorry, Deborah, part of my comment here, but they have medco babes. [01:22:20.000 --> 01:22:29.000] I mean, they have these attractive young ladies going in there probably to sell them products. That's kind of a comment, I think, on the medical industry there. [01:22:29.000 --> 01:22:35.000] But I'll be happy to take your answers offline here or whatever. [01:22:35.000 --> 01:22:42.000] John, for just a second, Ted, let me get to the second one. The pneumococcal vaccine, that is Prevnar. [01:22:42.000 --> 01:22:51.000] And they just elevated or denigrated, if you will, Prevnar from a Prevnar 13 to a Prevnar 23. [01:22:51.000 --> 01:23:09.000] What that means, literally, is that the vaccine contains 23 different strains of pneumococcal virus, which means, as literally, that your immune system is going to have to respond 23 different times, make 23 different antibodies. [01:23:09.000 --> 01:23:25.000] It's, in my opinion, insane. You simply don't want to do it. That's more antigens in one vaccine than used to be in the entire CDC vaccination schedule, not 20 or 25 years ago. [01:23:25.000 --> 01:23:28.000] That's for the pneumonia vaccine? [01:23:28.000 --> 01:23:30.000] Yes, sir. [01:23:30.000 --> 01:23:42.000] Are those vaccines, are those different strains so different that it will dramatically overtax the immune system? [01:23:42.000 --> 01:23:50.000] Well, you're talking to somebody who thinks that one will dramatically overtax the immune system, so I think I'd have to say yes. [01:23:50.000 --> 01:24:04.000] The problem, and this speaks to the other part of Ted's question, the problem is not so much the vaccines. When you are naturally exposed to a vaccine, I'm sorry, to a pathogen, rarely are you exposed to more than one at a time. [01:24:04.000 --> 01:24:15.000] And if you do, you don't get both diseases typically. Your body uses, if you will, one of the viruses or the bacteria to which you're exposed. [01:24:15.000 --> 01:24:23.000] The very notion of forcing multiple antigens into your body is totally unnatural. [01:24:23.000 --> 01:24:32.000] And the other thing is that if, at least in the nose, it's coming through the membranes, the mucosal membranes, and there's only one vaccine I know that does it. [01:24:32.000 --> 01:24:37.000] That's a specific version of the flu vaccine, but that has its drawbacks too. [01:24:37.000 --> 01:24:49.000] The fact that the route of introduction is intramuscular injection completely defeats the purpose of the infectious disease immune system, which isn't located in the limbs. [01:24:49.000 --> 01:25:00.000] It's in the gut and in the nose and the mouth and the lungs where you would expect it to be because that's how you generally contract disease. [01:25:00.000 --> 01:25:02.000] Alright, thanks, Ted. [01:25:02.000 --> 01:25:04.000] Thanks for taking my call. [01:25:04.000 --> 01:25:08.000] Okay. Alright, and point well taken. I agree with Sean. [01:25:08.000 --> 01:25:22.000] I believe that all vaccines are evil and wrong because, I'm sorry, it's just contrary to the way that the body was designed to fight infectious disease, like Sean was saying. [01:25:22.000 --> 01:25:30.000] Okay, your body has a natural immune system defense mechanism, multiple layers of mechanisms. [01:25:30.000 --> 01:25:34.000] Okay, the main one is your lungs, your sinuses. [01:25:34.000 --> 01:25:44.000] When you're breathing, it passes through your sinuses and your lungs and gets, you know, processed through those membranes and then also through your gut. [01:25:44.000 --> 01:25:48.000] If you eat something, it goes through your stomach, the acid. [01:25:48.000 --> 01:25:55.000] Okay, everything through your small intestines before it gets absorbed into your bloodstream, through your liver, et cetera, et cetera, you've got your skin. [01:25:55.000 --> 01:26:00.000] Okay, these are all natural protections against pathogens. [01:26:00.000 --> 01:26:13.000] And so the whole idea of sticking a needle into your arm or into your muscle or whatever to inject a pathogen, a dead one or whatever, plus all the other toxins directly into your bloodstream, [01:26:13.000 --> 01:26:21.000] just the whole notion of that, that you're going to somehow build some kind of protection, it's just preposterous. [01:26:21.000 --> 01:26:30.000] The whole notion, it's just preposterous on its face and they don't even say that it will prevent such and such disease, like Sean was saying. [01:26:30.000 --> 01:26:38.000] What they say is that all they measure is certain antibodies, a certain number of antibodies that will be created. [01:26:38.000 --> 01:26:47.000] The number of antibodies that your body creates really is only a small piece of the puzzle of fighting the disease. [01:26:47.000 --> 01:26:52.000] And so I'm done with it, I don't even want to hear about it anymore, it's stupid, it's ridiculous. [01:26:52.000 --> 01:26:56.000] So anyways, I don't know what else needs to be said on the issue. [01:26:56.000 --> 01:27:06.000] We just need to say no and we just need to not only say no personally and have our families say no, we need to educate people and we need to educate our public servants. [01:27:06.000 --> 01:27:09.000] And if they try to force us to do it, we need to say no. [01:27:09.000 --> 01:27:15.000] And if they continue to try to force us to do it, we need to go after them, both civilly and criminally. [01:27:15.000 --> 01:27:17.000] That's all I have to say. [01:27:17.000 --> 01:27:21.000] Michael, what are your comments? [01:27:21.000 --> 01:27:37.000] I have been a teacher since I was five years old and sometimes with students that have difficulty, you need to apply a vigorous beating to get the information through. [01:27:37.000 --> 01:27:44.000] It's like not only no, but hell no. [01:27:44.000 --> 01:27:49.000] I've been, you know, you bring the syringe, I'll bring my 45. [01:27:49.000 --> 01:27:51.000] What else needs to be said? [01:27:51.000 --> 01:27:55.000] I know, that's about where it's at. [01:27:55.000 --> 01:27:58.000] All right, well, Sean, go ahead. [01:27:58.000 --> 01:28:01.000] Yeah, I'll say goodbye and thank you very much for the opportunity. [01:28:01.000 --> 01:28:08.000] I can tell Ted if he's still listening to call into the show on Sunday at two o'clock and we could probably continue the discussion. [01:28:08.000 --> 01:28:10.000] Michael, it was very nice meeting you on air, sir. [01:28:10.000 --> 01:28:12.000] Thank you. [01:28:12.000 --> 01:28:14.000] Thank you, Sean. Thanks for staying with us. [01:28:14.000 --> 01:28:18.000] All right, folks, we are now going to transition over to Michael. [01:28:18.000 --> 01:28:22.000] Thank you, Michael, for entertaining this discussion for the last half an hour. [01:28:22.000 --> 01:28:27.000] I know we had you scheduled for 9 p.m., but we appreciate you letting us hangover, hold over our other guest. [01:28:27.000 --> 01:28:30.000] Darlin, I enjoy being on. [01:28:30.000 --> 01:28:36.000] You always have great guests and I'm just glad to be able to visit with you for a while. [01:28:36.000 --> 01:28:38.000] Well, it's good to hear from you. [01:28:38.000 --> 01:28:42.000] Tell us about your book. [01:28:42.000 --> 01:28:54.000] I continually get phone calls and e-mail from people who are going, Michael, how do I drive without a driver's license? [01:28:54.000 --> 01:28:58.000] How do I not fill out my 1040 form? [01:28:58.000 --> 01:29:02.000] How do I carry a gun without a concealed carry permit? [01:29:02.000 --> 01:29:10.000] As if I have a stack of government forms that they can fill out and make all that happen. [01:29:10.000 --> 01:29:12.000] It's like, are you kidding? [01:29:12.000 --> 01:29:24.000] And I had a week where the number of phone calls that I got just drove me crazy and I woke up one morning [01:29:24.000 --> 01:29:27.000] realizing that I don't get paid for any of that time. [01:29:27.000 --> 01:29:33.000] I usually spend an hour filling the phone and it takes up my time. [01:29:33.000 --> 01:29:38.000] And I thought, you know, it would be a whole lot more efficient if I wrote a book. [01:29:38.000 --> 01:29:43.000] And that way, instead of wasting time on the phone, I can just say buy my book. [01:29:43.000 --> 01:29:45.000] There you go. [01:29:45.000 --> 01:29:46.000] Perfect. [01:29:46.000 --> 01:29:48.000] Okay, listen, hold that thought. [01:29:48.000 --> 01:29:50.000] We're going to the break. [01:29:50.000 --> 01:29:52.000] Michael is here to talk about his new book. [01:29:52.000 --> 01:29:54.000] I can't wait to hear more about it. [01:29:54.000 --> 01:29:57.000] In fact, I hear that we are in it as well. [01:29:57.000 --> 01:29:59.000] We'll be right back. [01:29:59.000 --> 01:30:06.000] A Noble Lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the true nature of terrorism. [01:30:06.000 --> 01:30:10.000] Based on the damage pattern to the building, but the government seems impossible. [01:30:10.000 --> 01:30:13.000] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say. [01:30:13.000 --> 01:30:17.000] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals. [01:30:17.000 --> 01:30:22.000] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around. [01:30:22.000 --> 01:30:25.000] Well, it did the things they did and it dug on well what they were doing. [01:30:25.000 --> 01:30:30.000] Expose the cover up now at anoblelie.com. [01:32:20.000 --> 01:32:30.000] We urge our listeners to please consider our largest-selling product, micro-plant powder. [01:32:30.000 --> 01:32:40.000] We are back. We are here with our very special good friend, Mr. Michael Badnera. [01:32:40.000 --> 01:32:46.000] Michael is telling us about his new book. He's been getting hundreds of phone calls and emails [01:32:46.000 --> 01:32:50.000] of people saying, how do I do this? How do I do that? [01:32:50.000 --> 01:32:57.000] He's decided that instead of taking up all his time answering people's questions [01:32:57.000 --> 01:33:02.000] and educating them over the phone, he said, hey, why don't I just write a book? [01:33:02.000 --> 01:33:11.000] So this is a wonderful idea and I have read the preface to it, the little teaser, if you will. [01:33:11.000 --> 01:33:16.000] He calls it. So Michael, tell us some more about the book. [01:33:16.000 --> 01:33:21.000] Well, everybody wants to be free. Basically, these questions that people ask me [01:33:21.000 --> 01:33:25.000] all really boil down to the same thing. [01:33:25.000 --> 01:33:32.000] They want to know how they can live their life without the government harassing them all the time. [01:33:32.000 --> 01:33:37.000] And that basically is a statement of sovereignty. [01:33:37.000 --> 01:33:42.000] So the name of my book is Secret to Sovereignty. [01:33:42.000 --> 01:33:49.000] And I warn people right up front that this is not a how-to guide. [01:33:49.000 --> 01:33:56.000] It doesn't give you a list of forms and who to send it to and all the paperwork that you need [01:33:56.000 --> 01:34:01.000] to extract yourself from the government. [01:34:01.000 --> 01:34:09.000] But it does basically teach you about some of the qualities that are necessary. [01:34:09.000 --> 01:34:16.000] And after I wrote the book, I naturally sat down to read the book from cover to cover [01:34:16.000 --> 01:34:19.000] for the first time to kind of prove to read it. [01:34:19.000 --> 01:34:27.000] And I suddenly realized that chapter two of this book is the most important chapter. [01:34:27.000 --> 01:34:33.000] And that was the same thing was true about my first book, Good to Be Can. [01:34:33.000 --> 01:34:39.000] And that chapter is called Rights Versus Privileges. [01:34:39.000 --> 01:34:43.000] And I make that chapter available for free on my website. [01:34:43.000 --> 01:34:48.000] I may decide to do the same thing for this book. [01:34:48.000 --> 01:34:58.000] And interestingly enough, chapter two of this book is called Assertive Versus Submissive. [01:34:58.000 --> 01:35:04.000] And the idea is that the only way that you can win in the game of tic-tac-toe [01:35:04.000 --> 01:35:08.000] is for the other person to do something stupid and lose. [01:35:08.000 --> 01:35:17.000] And I compare that to the only way someone else can be dominant and win over you [01:35:17.000 --> 01:35:23.000] is for you to be submissive and basically be willing to lose. [01:35:23.000 --> 01:35:29.000] And so I point out that if you want to be sovereign, [01:35:29.000 --> 01:35:34.000] you really have to stop being submissive to the government. [01:35:34.000 --> 01:35:41.000] And if you'll allow me, I'll just read a couple quick paragraphs here from chapter two. [01:35:41.000 --> 01:35:43.000] Yes, please, go ahead. [01:35:43.000 --> 01:35:50.000] It says, so you've been confronted by someone in uniform, how should you react? [01:35:50.000 --> 01:35:55.000] Well, unless you're standing over a dead body holding a smoking gun, [01:35:55.000 --> 01:35:57.000] you shouldn't have much to worry about. [01:35:57.000 --> 01:36:04.000] Above all, remain calm and try to look relaxed, even if you're not. [01:36:04.000 --> 01:36:08.000] As the deodorant commercial says, never let them see you sweat. [01:36:08.000 --> 01:36:15.000] The officer has been trained to evaluate you, and if you look nervous, you look guilty. [01:36:15.000 --> 01:36:19.000] Do your best to remain friendly and non-threatening. [01:36:19.000 --> 01:36:24.000] I like to open with a jovial, good afternoon officer, can I help you? [01:36:24.000 --> 01:36:29.000] Before I go any further, a strong caveat is in order. [01:36:29.000 --> 01:36:34.000] When you are interacting with a police officer or other government agents, [01:36:34.000 --> 01:36:38.000] what you say and do is totally up to you. [01:36:38.000 --> 01:36:42.000] Every person on the planet is different. [01:36:42.000 --> 01:36:46.000] Every situation and circumstance is different. [01:36:46.000 --> 01:36:50.000] How you conduct yourself is your responsibility. [01:36:50.000 --> 01:36:56.000] Police officers are trained. Police officers are armed. [01:36:56.000 --> 01:36:59.000] Police officers always have backup. [01:36:59.000 --> 01:37:05.000] In my experience, many police officers come with an oversized chip on their shoulder. [01:37:05.000 --> 01:37:10.000] There may be times when your best course of action is to lay on the ground, [01:37:10.000 --> 01:37:15.000] place your hands behind your back, and keep your damned mouth shut. [01:37:15.000 --> 01:37:21.000] I do not give legal advice, and I do not advocate the use of violence. [01:37:21.000 --> 01:37:29.000] I do encourage you to stand up for your rights, which may require pushing the envelope just a little bit. [01:37:29.000 --> 01:37:34.000] Not crossing the line requires knowing where that line is. [01:37:34.000 --> 01:37:39.000] The bottom line is, I wish you luck, but you are totally on your own. [01:37:39.000 --> 01:37:49.000] I accept no responsibility if you manage to talk yourself into a jail cell or a hospital room. [01:37:49.000 --> 01:37:53.000] Well, I'd have to agree that a lot of them have an awful big chip on their shoulder. [01:37:53.000 --> 01:37:56.000] Most of them call it a head. [01:37:56.000 --> 01:38:02.000] Eddie. [01:38:02.000 --> 01:38:08.000] They operate entirely upon bluff and attitude most of the time. [01:38:08.000 --> 01:38:15.000] Those that are operating in any other capacity are doing it for the egomaniacal power that they believe it gives them. [01:38:15.000 --> 01:38:23.000] That's one of the things that I teach folks in the class, Mike, was don't do anything that is liable to get you physically injured. [01:38:23.000 --> 01:38:28.000] Don't give up your rights easily or happily, but at the same time, [01:38:28.000 --> 01:38:33.000] don't do something that's going to get the officer to the point of actually physically injuring you, [01:38:33.000 --> 01:38:39.000] especially if you don't have the means of defending yourself against multiple ones at the same time. [01:38:39.000 --> 01:38:47.000] Right, and that's kind of what I talk about, and I give personal circumstances. [01:38:47.000 --> 01:39:00.000] One of the reasons I was able to write this book so quickly is that I didn't have to do research to refer to the Constitution or Supreme Court decisions. [01:39:00.000 --> 01:39:12.000] Most of this book are just anecdotes about my personal experiences, what I have done in a particular situation. [01:39:12.000 --> 01:39:23.000] And as Randy can tell you, there was a time when I went to Williamson County with Deborah and Randy, [01:39:23.000 --> 01:39:28.000] and it was just my point of view of how all of that happened. [01:39:28.000 --> 01:39:36.000] And so there are situations where I anticipate the reader will cheer like, [01:39:36.000 --> 01:39:43.000] okay, the good guys win, but then I point out, got to wait for the rest of the story. [01:39:43.000 --> 01:39:55.000] And there were times when I spent time in jail, and I point out very clearly that you should not be doing this [01:39:55.000 --> 01:40:03.000] if you don't have the courage and the willingness to go to jail, even if you don't deserve it. [01:40:03.000 --> 01:40:06.000] Can I jump in for a second, Michael? [01:40:06.000 --> 01:40:08.000] Sure. [01:40:08.000 --> 01:40:17.000] You know, I read Michael's assessment of what went on in Williamson County. [01:40:17.000 --> 01:40:29.000] And always when people talk about these things I do and say, oh, you're so brave, blah, blah, blah, I always cringe. [01:40:29.000 --> 01:40:41.000] And Michael told this story about what went on and how the investigator for the district attorney wouldn't take my complaints, [01:40:41.000 --> 01:40:47.000] and I just very calmly called 911 and asked him to come out and arrest him. [01:40:47.000 --> 01:40:55.000] And then we went over and we asked the bailiffs to arrest the district judge, you know, [01:40:55.000 --> 01:41:00.000] and as I'm reading this, I'm thinking, you know, this is making me uncomfortable. [01:41:00.000 --> 01:41:07.000] You know, I've been a long time doing this kind of stuff, and I hate to lead people down this path. [01:41:07.000 --> 01:41:17.000] But then he told everybody I wound up going to jail, and that was absolutely perfect. [01:41:17.000 --> 01:41:22.000] Well, I told people that I was terrified. [01:41:22.000 --> 01:41:25.000] You know, I wanted to be like out of there. [01:41:25.000 --> 01:41:30.000] I just want to get out of the building and not be hurt, not go to jail. [01:41:30.000 --> 01:41:36.000] And, you know, Randy is looking for a volunteer, and I'm taking two steps back. [01:41:36.000 --> 01:41:39.000] Debra can go in my place. [01:41:39.000 --> 01:41:49.000] And frankly, I saw you take the steps back and I thought, nah, not in this life. [01:41:49.000 --> 01:41:51.000] So it's very honest. [01:41:51.000 --> 01:42:02.000] I tell on myself, but, you know, I try to write so that it's entertaining and informative. [01:42:02.000 --> 01:42:07.000] I have to admit, I was annoyed with your writing. [01:42:07.000 --> 01:42:08.000] You were annoyed? [01:42:08.000 --> 01:42:11.000] Yeah, I was annoyed with it. [01:42:11.000 --> 01:42:17.000] I was annoyed because I can't produce that kind of work. [01:42:17.000 --> 01:42:19.000] That was very nicely done. [01:42:19.000 --> 01:42:27.000] You led the reader along like you're telling one of these raw, raw, patriot mythology stories [01:42:27.000 --> 01:42:31.000] where we go in and slay the dragon. [01:42:31.000 --> 01:42:40.000] And then at the end, you brought them right back to earth by saying the dragon slayer went to the who's cow. [01:42:40.000 --> 01:42:52.000] And I was, I cannot tell you how pleased I was at how you handle that presentation because that's the reality. [01:42:52.000 --> 01:43:00.000] And what Michael in this chapter said, if you want to fight this fight, make sure you want to fight this fight. [01:43:00.000 --> 01:43:05.000] Because if you do, this is what can happen. [01:43:05.000 --> 01:43:09.000] You can go to jail and then you went on to say, well, it wasn't that big a deal. [01:43:09.000 --> 01:43:16.000] I got out of jail and they weren't happy to have me in jail once they got me there, but I went there. [01:43:16.000 --> 01:43:20.000] So if you read the story, you think this guy is really bad. [01:43:20.000 --> 01:43:26.000] You get the end of the story and he spent the night in jail. [01:43:26.000 --> 01:43:32.000] And he has to be at the point was well made, picked your battles very carefully. [01:43:32.000 --> 01:43:35.000] I had picked that battle, so I didn't care. [01:43:35.000 --> 01:43:39.000] But if you didn't pick that battle, don't fight that fight. [01:43:39.000 --> 01:43:42.000] Thank you, Michael. I was really pleased with that. [01:43:42.000 --> 01:43:45.000] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, you're on my radio. [01:43:45.000 --> 01:43:49.000] We'll be right back on the other side with Michael about his new book. [01:43:49.000 --> 01:43:53.000] By his new book, it is valuable. [01:43:53.000 --> 01:43:59.000] We'll be right back. [01:43:59.000 --> 01:44:05.000] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy. [01:44:05.000 --> 01:44:08.000] And neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [01:44:08.000 --> 01:44:11.000] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then. [01:44:11.000 --> 01:44:12.000] Brave New Books? [01:44:12.000 --> 01:44:17.000] Yes, Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, [01:44:17.000 --> 01:44:23.000] Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin. They even stock inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. [01:44:23.000 --> 01:44:25.000] There's no way a place like that exists. [01:44:25.000 --> 01:44:31.000] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT. [01:44:31.000 --> 01:44:34.000] Oh, by UT, there's never anywhere to park down there. [01:46:00.000 --> 01:46:24.000] Music [01:46:24.000 --> 01:46:25.000] Okay folks, we are back. [01:46:25.000 --> 01:46:31.000] This is our final segment. We're talking with Mr. Michael Badnarik, candidate for president [01:46:31.000 --> 01:46:34.000] on the Libertarian ticket for the year 2004. [01:46:34.000 --> 01:46:39.000] He is one of our best friends, and we are so happy to have him on the show. [01:46:39.000 --> 01:46:44.000] And I just wanted to get a plug-in for his book, Good to Be King. [01:46:44.000 --> 01:46:49.000] I do have the book, and I got it when I took Michael's Constitution class. [01:46:49.000 --> 01:46:52.000] It was an excellent class. I highly recommend the class. [01:46:52.000 --> 01:46:57.000] I love the book. It's really good for fundamental principles. [01:46:57.000 --> 01:47:05.000] It's really good to get the basics, the nothing bolts of just what liberty is all about [01:47:05.000 --> 01:47:10.000] and just what the role of government really is, what it really should be, [01:47:10.000 --> 01:47:14.000] and what our role really is as individuals. [01:47:14.000 --> 01:47:23.000] And to really get your mind straight on concepts such as individualism versus collectivism [01:47:23.000 --> 01:47:28.000] and rights versus privileges and things like this, everybody needs to get this book [01:47:28.000 --> 01:47:31.000] and get their head wrapped around the basics big time. [01:47:31.000 --> 01:47:34.000] After you read Michael Badnarik's book, you will never say again, [01:47:34.000 --> 01:47:38.000] well, and if you're paying attention that is, you'll never say again [01:47:38.000 --> 01:47:41.000] that the government has a right to do this or that, [01:47:41.000 --> 01:47:44.000] or that any public servant has a right to do this or that. [01:47:44.000 --> 01:47:50.000] No, they don't. They have authorities that are delegated to them, granted to them, privileges. [01:47:50.000 --> 01:47:53.000] We are the ones that have rights. The basic things like this. [01:47:53.000 --> 01:47:59.000] In fact, the book is so good, my husband has written a song by the same title, [01:47:59.000 --> 01:48:02.000] Good to Be King, shortly to be released. [01:48:02.000 --> 01:48:06.000] So I just wanted to get a plug for Michael's book, [01:48:06.000 --> 01:48:13.000] and you can get his book, Good to Be King, at his website, constitutionpreservation.org, [01:48:13.000 --> 01:48:19.000] and his new book is not released yet, but you can check that website for when it is going to be released. [01:48:19.000 --> 01:48:22.000] And Michael, what is the name of your new book? [01:48:22.000 --> 01:48:30.000] Secret to Sovereignty, and I give the basics. [01:48:30.000 --> 01:48:36.000] And I warn people not to try to jump to the back of the book for the answer, [01:48:36.000 --> 01:48:40.000] because the answer is in the journey. [01:48:40.000 --> 01:48:45.000] You know, it's like, well, gosh, I want to be older and experienced. [01:48:45.000 --> 01:48:49.000] Well, you just have to kind of live life until that after. [01:48:49.000 --> 01:48:56.000] But I think the book is fairly well laid out. [01:48:56.000 --> 01:49:08.000] And it kind of ends up in the same place that it starts, which I thought was also fairly poetic. [01:49:08.000 --> 01:49:15.000] Yes, and I wanted to register a complaint about Michael's book on the air. [01:49:15.000 --> 01:49:23.000] He sent me a chapter of it, and I read it, and I was incredibly irritated. [01:49:23.000 --> 01:49:30.000] I was irritated with his book the way I was irritated with H.G. Wells and his outline of history. [01:49:30.000 --> 01:49:39.000] I read portions of it, and I thought I would that I could use the English language [01:49:39.000 --> 01:49:45.000] and craft it in such an articulate and effective manner. [01:49:45.000 --> 01:49:50.000] Frankly, Michael, you annoyed me. [01:49:50.000 --> 01:50:00.000] My library on how to write well would take up four, eight-foot shelves. [01:50:00.000 --> 01:50:04.000] But I'm an engineer. I have no talent. [01:50:04.000 --> 01:50:09.000] I read yours, and your talent annoys me. [01:50:09.000 --> 01:50:14.000] I appreciate that. [01:50:14.000 --> 01:50:17.000] Wait, I just insulted you. [01:50:17.000 --> 01:50:19.000] And I appreciate that. [01:50:19.000 --> 01:50:25.000] I read the chapter, and it was well-crafted. [01:50:25.000 --> 01:50:32.000] Michael's been around a while, and when Michael's fiendness at nonsense about how afraid he was, [01:50:32.000 --> 01:50:41.000] as I recall, there was a time when two candidates for president got arrested because one of those candidates [01:50:41.000 --> 01:50:50.000] talked to Green Party candidate into coming with him and crashing a party convention. [01:50:50.000 --> 01:50:54.000] That was a presidential debate. [01:50:54.000 --> 01:51:00.000] David Tobin and I got thrown in jail because we were presidential candidates, [01:51:00.000 --> 01:51:09.000] and we had the audacity and the similarity to try to attend a presidential debate in St. Louis, Missouri. [01:51:09.000 --> 01:51:14.000] This is the guy that crashed a presidential debate. [01:51:14.000 --> 01:51:18.000] All I did was annoy a prosecutor. [01:51:18.000 --> 01:51:24.000] Yeah, we were thrown into a van by some pretty big guys, [01:51:24.000 --> 01:51:29.000] and interestingly enough, they handcuffed us, put us in the van, [01:51:29.000 --> 01:51:34.000] and then about 20 minutes later, the doors opened, and a police officer said, [01:51:34.000 --> 01:51:39.000] which one of you guys is a presidential candidate? [01:51:39.000 --> 01:51:43.000] And I looked at him and I said, well, we are both presidential candidates. [01:51:43.000 --> 01:51:49.000] We are at a presidential debate, and you have us in handcuffs. [01:51:49.000 --> 01:51:52.000] I said, can you explain that to me? [01:51:52.000 --> 01:51:59.000] And he looked really confused and said, let me get back to you on that. [01:51:59.000 --> 01:52:07.000] So, you know, the one part about that story I thought was somewhat ingenuous. [01:52:07.000 --> 01:52:13.000] I never crashed a presidential debate. [01:52:13.000 --> 01:52:19.000] My cojones ain't that big. [01:52:19.000 --> 01:52:25.000] But Michael is an icon in the legal reform community. [01:52:25.000 --> 01:52:33.000] We have a lot of people come into the community spouting some pet theory. [01:52:33.000 --> 01:52:35.000] They come and they go like Tim Turner. [01:52:35.000 --> 01:52:38.000] He came and he huffed and puffed. [01:52:38.000 --> 01:52:45.000] The chump came on our show and told us he was a lawyer, a lion scumbag, [01:52:45.000 --> 01:52:47.000] and then he just got indicted. [01:52:47.000 --> 01:52:49.000] He just went away. [01:52:49.000 --> 01:52:55.000] We have a number of people that spout a bunch of patriotic mythology. [01:52:55.000 --> 01:52:57.000] Michael's been around a long time. [01:52:57.000 --> 01:52:59.000] He's very well respected. [01:52:59.000 --> 01:53:05.000] His position is very well thought out, very well researched. [01:53:05.000 --> 01:53:12.000] And he stands on the icon of the country, the Constitution. [01:53:12.000 --> 01:53:21.000] And he's been around a long time. He's learned a lot of the things not to do. [01:53:21.000 --> 01:53:23.000] And he's put together a book. [01:53:23.000 --> 01:53:27.000] I'm especially pleased with a book on sovereignty because, you know, [01:53:27.000 --> 01:53:31.000] we have people calling into our show wanting to talk about sovereignty. [01:53:31.000 --> 01:53:33.000] We had one guy call in one time. [01:53:33.000 --> 01:53:41.000] I recall that said, Mr. Kelton, how did you express your sovereignty? [01:53:41.000 --> 01:53:47.000] And it was clear he was trying to set us up so he could jump up on a soapbox [01:53:47.000 --> 01:53:51.000] and promote some position. [01:53:51.000 --> 01:53:57.000] And my answer was, I act like one. [01:53:57.000 --> 01:54:09.000] And everything about what Michael does is about this is how you act like a sovereign. [01:54:09.000 --> 01:54:14.000] Never go in and say, I am a sovereign. [01:54:14.000 --> 01:54:17.000] And sovereigns don't do that. [01:54:17.000 --> 01:54:19.000] They go in and act like sovereigns. [01:54:19.000 --> 01:54:25.000] And from what I've seen in these books so far, this is how you act like a sovereign. [01:54:25.000 --> 01:54:29.000] This is how you think like a sovereign. [01:54:29.000 --> 01:54:35.000] And it's been my experience that if you have your mind in the right place, [01:54:35.000 --> 01:54:45.000] the details will follow along and you will make careful and considered decisions. [01:54:45.000 --> 01:54:52.000] And when the bad guys see what you're doing, they'll recognize that you know where you're going. [01:54:52.000 --> 01:54:56.000] This is where power really is. [01:54:56.000 --> 01:54:59.000] Am I correct about where you're going, Michael? [01:54:59.000 --> 01:55:01.000] Correct me if I'm wrong. [01:55:01.000 --> 01:55:06.000] I haven't sent you the text yet, but you act like you've read the book. [01:55:06.000 --> 01:55:09.000] I know Michael Bannerick. [01:55:09.000 --> 01:55:14.000] Yeah, and I'm really pleased with the dedication too. [01:55:14.000 --> 01:55:23.000] My book is dedicated to the tired, the poor, the huddled masses yearning to breathe free. [01:55:23.000 --> 01:55:30.000] Yes, and I've been doing this show for quite a while with Deborah and Eddie. [01:55:30.000 --> 01:55:43.000] It's frankly, between Deborah, Eddie and myself, it has cost us a tremendous amount to keep this network on the air. [01:55:43.000 --> 01:55:48.000] We are constantly digging in our pockets and when we're not digging in our pockets, [01:55:48.000 --> 01:55:57.000] we're struggling to fill up pockets so that we can dig in them to keep this going. [01:55:57.000 --> 01:56:03.000] But don't even think about that as a complaint. [01:56:03.000 --> 01:56:11.000] There will be a time in my life when I look back on this period and I will get to say, [01:56:11.000 --> 01:56:20.000] I did the right thing for the right reason and I didn't care what it cost. [01:56:20.000 --> 01:56:32.000] When you do what Michael tells you to, when you adjust your behavior in a way that allows you to act like a sovereign [01:56:32.000 --> 01:56:43.000] and you have effect on these people that are used to dealing with individuals who have no concept of their sovereignty, [01:56:43.000 --> 01:56:52.000] you will affect these people and they will change their behavior and the world you leave behind you will be better than the one you came into [01:56:52.000 --> 01:56:57.000] and you and I and all of us can ask for nothing more. [01:56:57.000 --> 01:57:07.000] Deborah, Eddie, Michael and I will get to look back and say at least one time in our life, [01:57:07.000 --> 01:57:15.000] we did the right thing for the right reason no matter what it cost us and getting older, [01:57:15.000 --> 01:57:20.000] you develop some wisdom and you find out what is important in life. [01:57:20.000 --> 01:57:26.000] I look back on my life and those times when we did the right things for the right reason, [01:57:26.000 --> 01:57:33.000] that's what stands out in our memory, not the times when it was easy [01:57:33.000 --> 01:57:41.000] and especially not those times when we chose expediency. [01:57:41.000 --> 01:57:50.000] If you read Michael's work, he'll tell you how to hold your mind so that when this policeman pulls in behind you, [01:57:50.000 --> 01:57:56.000] he turns those lights on, you see those lights flashing in your mirror, [01:57:56.000 --> 01:58:08.000] I can assure you that Eddie, Deborah, Michael or myself, don't get an empty feeding in the feet of our stomachs. [01:58:08.000 --> 01:58:15.000] Absolutely. Do you have any closing words for us, Michael? [01:58:15.000 --> 01:58:26.000] Yeah, it's a quote from Mark Twain. [01:58:26.000 --> 01:58:33.000] In the beginning of the change, the Patriot is a scarce man and brave and hated and scorned. [01:58:33.000 --> 01:58:40.000] When his cause succeeded, the timid joined him for then it cost nothing to be a Patriot. [01:58:40.000 --> 01:58:45.000] Here, here, alright folks, we'll be back tomorrow night for our Friday 4-hour info marathon. [01:58:45.000 --> 01:58:49.000] Good night and God bless.
