[00:00.000 --> 00:04.440] This news brief brought to you by the International News Net. [00:04.440 --> 00:08.760] Barack Obama's Deficit Commission sparked universal criticism Wednesday [00:08.760 --> 00:11.880] for proposing broad cuts to federal programs, [00:11.880 --> 00:15.120] but the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility and Reform [00:15.120 --> 00:18.320] was also attacked because one in four employees [00:18.320 --> 00:20.640] are actually paid by outside entities, [00:20.640 --> 00:22.880] many of which have conservative biases [00:22.880 --> 00:24.800] about how to tackle the deficit. [00:24.800 --> 00:26.600] The salaries of two staffers, [00:26.600 --> 00:30.920] Mark Goldwyn and Ed Lawrenson, are paid by private groups [00:30.920 --> 00:33.360] advocating cuts to entitlement programs. [00:34.920 --> 00:38.760] Two NATO oil tankers were torched in Pakistan Thursday [00:38.760 --> 00:41.080] en route from the port city of Karachi [00:41.080 --> 00:43.200] to Afghanistan's Kandahar province. [00:43.200 --> 00:46.560] Militants have stepped up attacks on NATO supply convoys [00:46.560 --> 00:49.800] in Pakistan and Afghanistan over the past weeks, [00:49.800 --> 00:52.760] warning they will continue attacks on NATO supply trucks [00:52.760 --> 00:56.640] as long as un-sanctioned drone strikes target tribal areas. [00:58.360 --> 01:01.880] Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Wednesday condemned Israel [01:01.880 --> 01:06.720] over its intention to build 2100 illegal new homes in the West Bank. [01:06.720 --> 01:09.000] Clinton said the US and the Palestinians [01:09.000 --> 01:12.640] still believed a positive outcome could come out of peace talks, [01:12.640 --> 01:15.160] adding the US would help the Palestinian government [01:15.160 --> 01:18.920] by providing $150 million to pay down debt [01:18.920 --> 01:23.600] and continue providing its people with basic services. [01:23.600 --> 01:26.200] Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, [01:26.200 --> 01:29.160] an outspoken advocate against illegal immigration, [01:29.160 --> 01:31.840] is currently being investigated by the FBI [01:31.840 --> 01:35.000] and the US Justice Department for civil rights violations [01:35.000 --> 01:36.520] and abuse of power, [01:36.520 --> 01:39.600] and is the defendant in a federal class action suit [01:39.600 --> 01:41.000] for racial profiling. [01:41.000 --> 01:44.320] A hidden computer database shows Arpaio misspent [01:44.320 --> 01:48.800] up to $80 million in funds intended for jail operations. [01:48.800 --> 01:51.240] The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors [01:51.240 --> 01:54.800] has subpoenaed 13 of Arpaio's employees [01:54.800 --> 01:57.760] and has asked Arpaio to turn over financial documents, [01:57.760 --> 01:59.640] software and timesheets. [01:59.640 --> 02:02.680] The Department of Justice is investigating Arpaio's [02:02.680 --> 02:04.800] for accusations of discrimination [02:04.800 --> 02:07.960] and unconstitutional searches and seizures. [02:07.960 --> 02:10.280] Arpaio has refused to cooperate, [02:10.280 --> 02:12.760] and in September, the Justice Department sued him [02:12.760 --> 02:14.920] for refusing to hand over documents. [02:14.920 --> 02:19.440] In October, a court of appeals rejected Arpaio's appeal [02:19.440 --> 02:21.320] of a ruling mandating the county [02:21.320 --> 02:23.400] fix the conditions in its jails, [02:23.400 --> 02:25.600] which included overcrowding, rotten food [02:25.600 --> 02:28.000] and lack of access to medical treatment. [02:29.560 --> 02:32.480] A UN panel alleges North Korea has exported [02:32.480 --> 02:35.160] banned nuclear and ballistic missile technology [02:35.160 --> 02:37.000] to several rogue nations. [02:37.000 --> 02:41.080] The 75-page report compiled for the UN Security Council [02:41.080 --> 02:43.320] states North Korea is involved in, quote, [02:43.320 --> 02:46.440] nuclear and ballistic missile-related activities [02:46.440 --> 02:48.800] in Iran, Syria and Myanmar, [02:48.800 --> 02:50.800] and that special attention should be given [02:50.800 --> 02:52.800] to inhibit such activities. [02:52.800 --> 03:16.080] You are listening to the Rule of Law Radio Network [03:16.080 --> 03:38.840] in Washington. [03:38.840 --> 03:47.840] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:47.840 --> 03:53.840] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you? [03:53.840 --> 03:58.840] When you were eight and you had bad trees, you'd go to school and learn the golden rule. [03:58.840 --> 04:01.840] So why are you acting like a bloody fool? [04:01.840 --> 04:03.840] If you get caught then you must get caught. [04:03.840 --> 04:11.840] Alright, bad boys, bad boys, and bad girls, what are you going to do when we come for you? [04:11.840 --> 04:15.840] Here on the Rule of Law. [04:15.840 --> 04:20.840] Tonight is November 12th, Friday, November 12th. [04:20.840 --> 04:24.840] This is the beginning of our four hour info marathon. [04:24.840 --> 04:29.840] Friday evening info marathons. [04:29.840 --> 04:31.840] Tonight we'll be taking your calls. [04:31.840 --> 04:36.840] We had a bunch of callers on the board, got all jammed up last night right towards the end of the show. [04:36.840 --> 04:41.840] So folks, call in and get in line early because it happens every show, especially on Fridays, [04:41.840 --> 04:45.840] gets up later towards 11 o'clock and the call board gets totally stacked up full [04:45.840 --> 04:50.840] and then we can't spend as much time with you folks as we would like to on an individual basis. [04:50.840 --> 04:54.840] So call and get in line early. [04:54.840 --> 04:59.840] We have got a few topics we want to discuss before we start taking calls while we're waiting for the callers to call in. [04:59.840 --> 05:04.840] First, for some comic relief, I'm going to go over this short article. [05:04.840 --> 05:10.840] This is actually a couple of, almost two weeks old, but I just found it the other day. [05:10.840 --> 05:12.840] This is in Erie, Pennsylvania. [05:12.840 --> 05:17.840] Debt collectors accused a fake courtroom and a fake judge. [05:17.840 --> 05:20.840] This is from Team Four, the news channel. [05:20.840 --> 05:24.840] It's from ThePittsburghChannel.com. [05:24.840 --> 05:26.840] You guys are going to love this. [05:26.840 --> 05:29.840] I sent this to Mike Mirris. This is hilarious. [05:29.840 --> 05:35.840] These debt collectors, folks, they just will stop at nothing and everything that they do is totally illegal. [05:35.840 --> 05:37.840] You can't buy or sell a debt anyway. [05:37.840 --> 05:41.840] All they're buying from the original creditor is the information related to the debt [05:41.840 --> 05:45.840] and it's been charged off by the creditor on their capital gains tax. [05:45.840 --> 05:49.840] I mean, they have no right to collect. They have no authority to collect. [05:49.840 --> 05:52.840] It's a total scam. It's a total sham. [05:52.840 --> 05:56.840] Here's the article from Erie, Pennsylvania. [05:56.840 --> 06:04.840] A sign in front of a building on West 39th Street tells visitors that it's the Unicredit Debt Resolution Center in Erie. [06:04.840 --> 06:11.840] Once debtors got inside, they were fooled into believing that they were in a courtroom with a judge, [06:11.840 --> 06:19.840] but the whole thing was a fake, according to a lawsuit filed by the Pennsylvania attorney general. [06:19.840 --> 06:24.840] Team 4's Jim Parsons reported that Unicredit America is accused in the lawsuit [06:24.840 --> 06:29.840] of deceiving, misleading, and coercing hundreds of consumers into paying off their debts. [06:29.840 --> 06:36.840] Inside the building is a pair of locked oak doors with brass handles resembling a courtroom entrance. [06:36.840 --> 06:40.840] The company is accused in the lawsuit of building a mock courtroom [06:40.840 --> 06:44.840] complete with a judge's bench and a witness stand. [06:44.840 --> 06:49.840] Unicredit's president, Mike Cavato, declined to comment on Friday. [06:49.840 --> 06:53.840] Can I look at your fake courtroom? Parsons asked. [06:53.840 --> 06:58.840] Quote, first of all, that's an allegation that supposedly someone said. [06:58.840 --> 07:01.840] So talk to the attorneys, Cavato said. [07:01.840 --> 07:04.840] You guys have a nice day. That's all I got to say. [07:04.840 --> 07:09.840] The attorney general's office told Team 4 that Unicredit lured debtors to the building [07:09.840 --> 07:14.840] by sending employees who appeared to be sheriff's deputies to their homes, [07:14.840 --> 07:20.840] implying that they would be taken into custody if they failed to appear at the phony court hearings. [07:20.840 --> 07:27.840] Quote, it really galls me that someone would stoop that low, Erie County Sheriff Robert Mersky said. [07:27.840 --> 07:29.840] This certainly seems to be a scam. [07:29.840 --> 07:31.840] This is a quote. This certainly seems to be a scam, [07:31.840 --> 07:37.840] and it upsets me that they are trying to play on the integrity of this office, the office of the sheriff. [07:37.840 --> 07:40.840] We've been here since the beginning of the United States. [07:40.840 --> 07:45.840] The lawsuit accuses Unicredit of intimidating debtors into revealing their bank account numbers, [07:45.840 --> 07:50.840] even turning over the titles of their cars once they got inside the building. [07:50.840 --> 07:56.840] The attorney general's office is asking a judge to freeze the company's assets and order it to cease operations. [07:56.840 --> 08:04.840] So we've got phony courtrooms, phony subpoenas, phony sheriff's deputies, [08:04.840 --> 08:09.840] the raised bench for the phony judge, and the whole nine yards. [08:09.840 --> 08:13.840] And actually, if you go to this website, pittsburghchannel.com, [08:13.840 --> 08:18.840] you can just do a search on the site for the debt collectors accused of phony court, a fake courtroom. [08:18.840 --> 08:21.840] There's actually a little video where, you know, it shows, [08:21.840 --> 08:25.840] you can watch the video that was aired on the nightly news that day. [08:25.840 --> 08:29.840] And the whole time I was watching this is I was, sorry, this is bad. [08:29.840 --> 08:38.840] I was thinking, well, they're not doing anything much different than what's going on down at the Austin Municipal Courts, okay? [08:38.840 --> 08:49.840] Or in most of the courtrooms, the real courtrooms in this country and in this state these days, huh, Eddie? [08:49.840 --> 08:50.840] Yeah, that's pretty much the truth. [08:50.840 --> 08:56.840] That's exactly what they're doing, just be damned, but the money's got to out one way or the other. [08:56.840 --> 08:59.840] So what do you think about this, Randy? [08:59.840 --> 09:04.840] Well, I don't know how they tell the difference between one fake judge and another. [09:04.840 --> 09:09.840] That's exactly what I was thinking. [09:09.840 --> 09:17.840] So, you know, in some instances, the courtroom itself or the court itself may be a valid constitutional court, [09:17.840 --> 09:21.840] but everything that goes inside is nothing but a circus and totally illegal, [09:21.840 --> 09:26.840] just like in the fake debt collector's courtroom. So anyway, I didn't want to go... [09:26.840 --> 09:29.840] Well, that's really all traffic court is pretty much. [09:29.840 --> 09:35.840] Right. So anyway, that's just a little comic relief to start off the show for you guys. [09:35.840 --> 09:37.840] We've got a couple of callers on the line. [09:37.840 --> 09:41.840] But Randy, did you want to, you had some stuff that you wanted to go over. [09:41.840 --> 09:46.840] You had a request to go over the difference between a lawsuit and something else. [09:46.840 --> 09:51.840] Well, I had someone want me to talk about 1983 suit [09:51.840 --> 10:00.840] and how suing someone under 1983 was different than suing them personally and individually. [10:00.840 --> 10:05.840] And actually, it's not different than suing them personally and individually [10:05.840 --> 10:20.840] because 1983 makes a public official suable personally for certain constitutional violations, [10:20.840 --> 10:22.840] almost any constitutional violation. [10:22.840 --> 10:27.840] If a public official acting on the color of his authority exerts and purports, [10:27.840 --> 10:33.840] it's the standard official oppression or official misconduct. [10:33.840 --> 10:40.840] If an official commits one of those acts and in the process denies you a constitutional right, [10:40.840 --> 10:44.840] you can sue them under the Ku Klux Klan Act. [10:44.840 --> 10:53.840] This was passed just after the Civil War, a few years after the Civil War, [10:53.840 --> 10:56.840] because of the actions of the Ku Klux Klan, [10:56.840 --> 11:04.840] because the Klan would gather together in groups and go out and violate people's rights, [11:04.840 --> 11:09.840] and they often did it in conjunction with public officials. [11:09.840 --> 11:18.840] So the Ku Klux Klan Act was passed to give you, give an individual a way to seek remedy [11:18.840 --> 11:21.840] because it also made it a crime to do this. [11:21.840 --> 11:26.840] The U.S. Code 242 made it a crime for people to violate, [11:26.840 --> 11:30.840] for public officials to violate a citizen's right. [11:30.840 --> 11:38.840] But the more unusual thing they did was specifically authorize a citizen [11:38.840 --> 11:42.840] to sue a public official personally and individually [11:42.840 --> 11:47.840] if he violated a constitutional right of the citizen. [11:47.840 --> 11:52.840] Now, otherwise it's not a lot different than any other civil suit, [11:52.840 --> 12:01.840] except this just opens the door to sue a public official personally. [12:01.840 --> 12:06.840] That's my story and I'm sticking to it. [12:06.840 --> 12:08.840] That was a pretty short story. [12:08.840 --> 12:09.840] That was a pretty short story. [12:09.840 --> 12:11.840] That was a short story, Randy. [12:11.840 --> 12:14.840] That's unusual for you. [12:14.840 --> 12:19.840] We love your long stories. [12:19.840 --> 12:20.840] Let's go to some callers. [12:20.840 --> 12:21.840] Okay. [12:21.840 --> 12:22.840] We've got some callers on the line already. [12:22.840 --> 12:25.840] We've got Julian from Virginia. [12:25.840 --> 12:27.840] All right, Julian, thank you for calling in. [12:27.840 --> 12:30.840] What is your question or comment for us tonight? [12:30.840 --> 12:34.840] Well, first of all, hi. [12:34.840 --> 12:40.840] I'm pretty nervous, so how do I start this? [12:40.840 --> 12:45.840] I went to court today for my hearing and, well, [12:45.840 --> 12:48.840] the first thing the judge, when he called me up, he said... [12:48.840 --> 12:50.840] Wait, first, why don't you, if you can, [12:50.840 --> 12:52.840] give us an idea of what kind of case this is. [12:52.840 --> 12:54.840] Is this a traffic ticket or something else? [12:54.840 --> 12:56.840] Yeah, a traffic ticket. [12:56.840 --> 13:08.840] I got three charges or three summances for failure to provide proof of insurance, [13:08.840 --> 13:15.840] failure to obtain registration and improper tags. [13:15.840 --> 13:22.840] Well, I get called up today and I get up to the podium there [13:22.840 --> 13:25.840] and he asks me, how do I plead? [13:25.840 --> 13:28.840] And I told him that I didn't understand the question [13:28.840 --> 13:37.840] because to my knowledge, a summons was an order to appear before the court [13:37.840 --> 13:40.840] and perform some act. [13:40.840 --> 13:43.840] So I was asking him, what do you want me to do? [13:43.840 --> 13:46.840] Oh, he says, well, I want you to plead. [13:46.840 --> 13:51.840] And I said, well, I looked in my file this morning [13:51.840 --> 13:55.840] and there was nothing in there but the tickets. [13:55.840 --> 14:08.840] And then I said, well, is there a complaint issued by the plaintiff in this case? [14:08.840 --> 14:27.840] Well, then he said that the tickets were the charges. [14:27.840 --> 14:35.840] Then I asked him, I said, because I know that the tickets aren't the charges. [14:35.840 --> 14:43.840] And yet the worst thing I had to take is the improper tags. [14:43.840 --> 14:48.840] And that's a Class II misdemeanor which carries 30 days in jail maximum. [14:48.840 --> 14:53.840] So I was asking him, okay, where is the complaint, the valid complaint? [14:53.840 --> 14:56.840] And he kept saying it. [14:56.840 --> 15:00.840] He said it twice, that the tickets were the charges against you. [15:00.840 --> 15:10.840] And that's when I said that I'm going to have to get a continuance [15:10.840 --> 15:20.840] so that I can seek some kind of lawyer, you know, to help me. [15:20.840 --> 15:30.840] But I then offered to remedy the situation by asking him to dismiss the whole thing. [15:30.840 --> 15:38.840] And if he doesn't dismiss the whole thing, I said that I'm going to have to file civil charges [15:38.840 --> 15:45.840] against both of the officers for depriving me of my liberty on two separate occasions [15:45.840 --> 15:52.840] for the fact that I received the ticket and the courtroom just went wild. [15:52.840 --> 16:05.840] Like the judge, he just bugged out of his, you know, and I just said, okay, well, continuance, whatever. [16:05.840 --> 16:10.840] He was like, so what do you want to do now? [16:10.840 --> 16:15.840] I said continuance, and he was like, okay, and then I left the courtroom. [16:15.840 --> 16:20.840] And then the prosecuting attorney came out, followed me out, [16:20.840 --> 16:25.840] and I went straight to the clerk's office so I could get what was in my file. [16:25.840 --> 16:31.840] And the prosecuting attorney came out, and she's all trying to call, [16:31.840 --> 16:36.840] like we can help you and we can do all this, we can dismiss the charges. [16:36.840 --> 16:40.840] And then she's like, let me see your paperwork and stuff. [16:40.840 --> 16:44.840] And I was just like, no, I don't need your help. I can do this on my own. [16:44.840 --> 16:47.840] Yeah, she's the prosecutor. Hang on the line, Julian. [16:47.840 --> 16:51.840] You know, like the opposing attorney is going to really help you. [16:51.840 --> 16:55.840] All right, folks, we'll be back. We're going to hear more from Julian on the other side. [16:55.840 --> 16:59.840] 512-646-1984. [19:20.840 --> 19:29.840] The world is spinning like it's out of control [19:29.840 --> 19:33.840] On the edge of a hole inside a deep dark dome [19:33.840 --> 19:39.840] I'm always on the lookout for something to soothe my soul [19:39.840 --> 19:45.840] So I sit back and watch the ever-dead sun fall [19:45.840 --> 19:52.840] And I see justice is the goal [19:52.840 --> 19:59.840] Yeah, justice is the goal [19:59.840 --> 20:02.840] And I just fell a little too far at sea [20:02.840 --> 20:05.840] And then we got to get back on course to the sea [20:05.840 --> 20:08.840] So we go under heavy advisory [20:08.840 --> 20:12.840] From the man that came all the way from Galilee [20:12.840 --> 20:15.840] I'm just gonna sleep in one place to be [20:15.840 --> 20:17.840] We're on a roll, but I'm hard to be [20:17.840 --> 20:20.840] We're speaking with Julian in Virginia. [20:20.840 --> 20:22.840] Chris Emery from Australia's called in. [20:22.840 --> 20:25.840] Chris, just hang on one moment, please. [20:25.840 --> 20:28.840] Okay, Julian, please continue. [20:28.840 --> 20:32.840] So you're telling the prosecutor you don't need her help, of course. [20:32.840 --> 20:34.840] Uh-huh. [20:34.840 --> 20:41.840] Well, she then positions herself behind the county clerk's desk [20:41.840 --> 20:46.840] To continue talking to me because I was ignoring her. [20:46.840 --> 20:49.840] And she's, I'm saying to the county clerk, I'm saying, [20:49.840 --> 20:57.840] Can I please have copies and timestamps of everything that's in my file? [20:57.840 --> 21:01.840] And then the prosecuting attorney's behind that counter saying, [21:01.840 --> 21:05.840] That's not necessary, it's not going to help you. [21:05.840 --> 21:07.840] I'm like, well, thank you for your opinion. [21:07.840 --> 21:09.840] I don't need your help. [21:09.840 --> 21:13.840] And then she comes from behind the counter and leaves. [21:13.840 --> 21:18.840] And that's when a, I guess, third-party officer, [21:18.840 --> 21:24.840] Or just some officer I don't even know is coming in trying to help me again. [21:24.840 --> 21:28.840] And this time he's like reaching for my papers and stuff. [21:28.840 --> 21:31.840] And I'm like, please, don't need your help. [21:31.840 --> 21:34.840] And then he continues to do this. [21:34.840 --> 21:38.840] And I turned to him and said, please, okay. [21:38.840 --> 21:39.840] Enough. [21:39.840 --> 21:45.840] And he's just like, then he switches to this, I'm almost being violent. [21:45.840 --> 21:47.840] And he's like, everything's okay, right? [21:47.840 --> 21:49.840] I said, yeah, everything's cool. [21:49.840 --> 21:51.840] As always, everything is cool. [21:51.840 --> 21:54.840] And it's just unnerving. [21:54.840 --> 21:56.840] That was just crazy. [21:56.840 --> 22:01.840] And well, I leave because they're taking too long as a clerk back there. [22:01.840 --> 22:03.840] And I just want to get out of the situation. [22:03.840 --> 22:07.840] So I leave and I come back 15 minutes later and my documents are ready for me. [22:07.840 --> 22:11.840] Without any problem. [22:11.840 --> 22:12.840] Good for you. [22:12.840 --> 22:14.840] You didn't take any bait. [22:14.840 --> 22:16.840] You handled them well. [22:16.840 --> 22:17.840] Good man. [22:17.840 --> 22:19.840] Kudos for Julian. [22:19.840 --> 22:23.840] You've got their attention. [22:23.840 --> 22:24.840] Okay, well. [22:24.840 --> 22:27.840] Keep us posted on how this goes. [22:27.840 --> 22:30.840] You're doing a good job, Julian. [22:30.840 --> 22:35.840] Well, kind of hoping for a little advice on what I should do next. [22:35.840 --> 22:37.840] I mean. [22:37.840 --> 22:42.840] We don't have enough information yet to really understand. [22:42.840 --> 22:48.840] We don't understand the nature of the claim you have against the officers. [22:48.840 --> 22:50.840] Well, would you like me to explain that? [22:50.840 --> 22:53.840] Yes, but can you hold on a bit? [22:53.840 --> 22:56.840] We have a call from someone from Australia. [22:56.840 --> 22:58.840] Absolutely. [22:58.840 --> 22:59.840] Yeah, just hang on the line, Julian. [22:59.840 --> 23:04.840] We've got Chris Emery from Australia, one of my very best friends in the whole world. [23:04.840 --> 23:09.840] He used to be the host of Radio Free Oklahoma here on this network. [23:09.840 --> 23:13.840] He is the producer of A Noble Lie, [23:13.840 --> 23:19.840] which is a documentary about the truth concerning what happened in the Oklahoma City bombing. [23:19.840 --> 23:20.840] He's in Australia right now. [23:20.840 --> 23:22.840] He'll be back in the state soon. [23:22.840 --> 23:24.840] Chris, Emery, thanks for calling in. [23:24.840 --> 23:26.840] What do you got for us tonight? [23:26.840 --> 23:28.840] Well, thank you guys for taking my call. [23:28.840 --> 23:29.840] That was an awesome call. [23:29.840 --> 23:32.840] Great job on this due diligence of the clerk's office. [23:32.840 --> 23:36.840] I can't wait to tell the prosecutor to stand up, stand down. [23:36.840 --> 23:39.840] I really admire his tenacity. [23:39.840 --> 23:43.840] Real quick, very interesting twist on the financial market over here. [23:43.840 --> 23:46.840] The interest rates are going up, which means the Australian dollar, [23:46.840 --> 23:51.840] for the first time in history, I guess, second time, is stronger than the U.S. dollar. [23:51.840 --> 23:55.840] You guys may want to continue buying up gold, as you probably know, [23:55.840 --> 23:58.840] because the interest rates and the dollar goes up here. [23:58.840 --> 24:04.840] The Australian government is in collusion with the Chinese financial powers that be, [24:04.840 --> 24:07.840] and we're actually under the English crown here. [24:07.840 --> 24:10.840] It's not a separate state like India. [24:10.840 --> 24:13.840] It used to be under the British Commonwealth. [24:13.840 --> 24:16.840] I thought Australia was its own country. [24:16.840 --> 24:18.840] No, they want to be. [24:18.840 --> 24:22.840] They've tried several times, just like Canada tried to, you know, [24:22.840 --> 24:26.840] by being separate, or actually Ottawa, but Ontario, but it never happened. [24:26.840 --> 24:28.840] It's still British territory? [24:28.840 --> 24:29.840] Yes, it is. [24:29.840 --> 24:33.840] They have the Union Jack on the top corner of their flag, very ominous. [24:33.840 --> 24:37.840] Queen Elizabeth's portrait is still on some of the paper currency [24:37.840 --> 24:41.840] and on some of the coins, so they are a British Commonwealth. [24:41.840 --> 24:44.840] Very interesting, knowing that the Federal Reserve in the U.S. [24:44.840 --> 24:46.840] is actually controlled by the Bank of London, in London, [24:46.840 --> 24:49.840] so we're all under pretty much the same umbrella, [24:49.840 --> 24:54.840] but it's ironic that the Australian dollar is a lot stronger than the U.S. [24:54.840 --> 24:58.840] And that happened within the five weeks that I was here, literally overnight. [24:58.840 --> 25:03.840] So any money I make over here I can bring back and actually be in my favor in the U.S. [25:03.840 --> 25:08.840] But my point is that you guys have really got to encourage your listeners, [25:08.840 --> 25:11.840] as you always do, to buy the gold, because things aren't looking good in the U.S., [25:11.840 --> 25:15.840] at least from the perspective here, and the Chinese are just sandbagging [25:15.840 --> 25:19.840] a lot of the Treasury notes, so just hold on to your hat. [25:19.840 --> 25:24.840] And Randy's business with the mortgage recovery couldn't be better timing. [25:24.840 --> 25:26.840] People are going to need to keep their houses [25:26.840 --> 25:29.840] and keep it out of the hands of the banks who are taking it illegally. [25:29.840 --> 25:32.840] So get a completely different perspective over here, [25:32.840 --> 25:34.840] and you have a great timing on that, Randy. [25:34.840 --> 25:38.840] I can't thank you enough for doing what you're doing. [25:38.840 --> 25:48.840] Well, thank you, but this was a soapbox that was essentially kicked up under my feet. [25:48.840 --> 25:51.840] Exactly, and you couldn't have had better timing. [25:51.840 --> 25:55.840] It's amazing, and seeing it from the perspective halfway around the world, [25:55.840 --> 25:59.840] people just need to make sure that they hold on to their savings and get anything, [25:59.840 --> 26:02.840] any solid assets they can, get the equity out of it, [26:02.840 --> 26:05.840] because the U.S. banks unfortunately look like they're going to get on the toilet [26:05.840 --> 26:07.840] a lot quicker than a lot of people think. [26:07.840 --> 26:12.840] Yeah, and Chris, you're right about people needing to get gold and silver right now, [26:12.840 --> 26:15.840] because if folks haven't been paying attention to the charts, [26:15.840 --> 26:18.840] it's been up and down, up and down. [26:18.840 --> 26:20.840] The fluctuations have been pretty extreme, [26:20.840 --> 26:24.840] like even with silver, you know, a couple bucks up and down in one day. [26:24.840 --> 26:32.840] That is instability that shows that things could, spot price could explode any day now. [26:32.840 --> 26:37.840] And even our sponsor, Capricorn and Bullion, and folks, please get up there, [26:37.840 --> 26:46.840] 5440 Burnett Road, 646-6440, you can call Capricorn and Bullion, but you better do it in a hurry, [26:46.840 --> 26:49.840] because Chad has been out of silver, okay? [26:49.840 --> 26:54.840] He's been selling out of silver for the last month. [26:54.840 --> 26:58.840] Every time he gets in a batch of silver, it's like gone the next day. [26:58.840 --> 27:03.840] And I was up there yesterday getting some silver, [27:03.840 --> 27:09.840] and I just about cleaned him out, folks, so I don't know what happened with his business today, [27:09.840 --> 27:13.840] but I'm telling you, get the silver while the getting is good, [27:13.840 --> 27:19.840] especially the silver and the gold, too, before the spot prices explode. [27:19.840 --> 27:21.840] One last comment, guys, before I go. [27:21.840 --> 27:23.840] I'm going to run out of my time here on the cell phone. [27:23.840 --> 27:27.840] But the Secretary of the Treasury from the U.S. has been to China six times, [27:27.840 --> 27:29.840] six times since I've been here in five weeks. [27:29.840 --> 27:31.840] That is not a good sign. [27:31.840 --> 27:33.840] He's overnegotiating like crazy. [27:33.840 --> 27:35.840] He's pretty much just trying to sell the farm. [27:35.840 --> 27:39.840] And when the Chinese have that much power over him, to summon him in person six times, [27:39.840 --> 27:41.840] you know the gig is up. [27:41.840 --> 27:43.840] There's something horribly wrong going on. [27:43.840 --> 27:45.840] And the Australian dollar is gaining on the U.S. dollar, [27:45.840 --> 27:48.840] which is actually the last time that happened, I believe, was in 1983. [27:48.840 --> 27:52.840] The entire history of this country, this is the second time that it happened. [27:52.840 --> 27:54.840] All right, I got to go, guys. [27:54.840 --> 27:55.840] All right, thanks, Chris. [27:55.840 --> 27:56.840] Thanks for calling in. [27:56.840 --> 27:57.840] All right. [27:57.840 --> 27:59.840] Yeah, folks, Chad has been out of silver. [27:59.840 --> 28:05.840] Many dealers, many coin and bullion dealers have been out of silver. [28:05.840 --> 28:07.840] So it's not a good sign. [28:07.840 --> 28:09.840] I mean, silver is a finite resource. [28:09.840 --> 28:13.840] It's used in manufacturing and industry much more than gold. [28:13.840 --> 28:16.840] I mean, gold is used some in manufacturing and industry, [28:16.840 --> 28:20.840] but not anywhere near to the extent that silver is. [28:20.840 --> 28:23.840] And when it gets used up, it gets used up. [28:23.840 --> 28:28.840] For the most part, manufacturing and industry do not make any attempts to recover any silver. [28:28.840 --> 28:33.840] In the products after they have been used, because for the most part, [28:33.840 --> 28:35.840] it's just not worth it to recover it. [28:35.840 --> 28:39.840] They'll go and recover gold out of products, but not silver. [28:39.840 --> 28:42.840] And so once it's used up, it's used up. [28:42.840 --> 28:46.840] In fact, a lot of the analysts are saying that silver is going to be the first element [28:46.840 --> 28:49.840] to actually disappear off the periodic chart. [28:49.840 --> 28:52.840] The top analysts are saying that... [28:52.840 --> 28:54.840] By 2020. [28:54.840 --> 29:01.840] Yeah, the top analysts are saying that not only will silver reach its historical ratio [29:01.840 --> 29:05.840] of like 1 to 16 or 1 to 18 with gold, [29:05.840 --> 29:13.840] but it will actually reach parity with gold and even become more valuable than gold [29:13.840 --> 29:15.840] as far as spot price. [29:15.840 --> 29:17.840] So get in while the getting is good. [29:17.840 --> 29:19.840] While you can't even get any. [29:19.840 --> 29:23.840] I mean, like I said, Chad's been out, and he had to go to Dallas to get more. [29:23.840 --> 29:27.840] So, folks, support our sponsors, Capricoin and Bullion, [29:27.840 --> 29:34.840] and of course, Centrition, Jurisdictionary, Eddie Craig's Traffic Seminar. [29:34.840 --> 29:38.840] If you don't get to Centrition, you won't have the energy to go get the silver. [29:38.840 --> 29:40.840] Yeah, you've got to go get the silver while the getting is good. [29:40.840 --> 29:42.840] I'm not joking about that. [29:42.840 --> 29:47.840] I mean, when they're out physically, that is a big red flag. [29:47.840 --> 29:49.840] Okay, folks, when we get back, we're going to finish up with Julian. [29:49.840 --> 29:52.840] We've got Bruce from Illinois, Jason from Texas. [29:52.840 --> 29:55.840] We'll be getting to your calls after Julian. [29:55.840 --> 29:56.840] We'll be right back, folks. [29:56.840 --> 30:23.840] 512-646-1984. [30:26.840 --> 30:30.840] To be, One Love Kitchen, Austin, Texas. [30:30.840 --> 30:35.840] A new Gallup poll shows the majority of Americans feel the government is too powerful [30:35.840 --> 30:39.840] and nearly half feel the government poses a threat to their freedom. [30:39.840 --> 30:40.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, [30:40.840 --> 30:43.840] and I'll be back to say what these fears might mean in just a moment. [30:43.840 --> 30:47.840] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches [30:47.840 --> 30:51.840] and creating a massive database of your personal information. [30:51.840 --> 30:52.840] That's creepy. [30:52.840 --> 30:54.840] But it doesn't have to be that way. [30:54.840 --> 30:57.840] Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine. [30:57.840 --> 30:59.840] Startpage doesn't store your IP address, [30:59.840 --> 31:02.840] make a record of your searches or use tracking cookies, [31:02.840 --> 31:03.840] and they're third-party certified. [31:03.840 --> 31:08.840] If you don't like Big Brother spying on you, start over with Startpage. [31:08.840 --> 31:10.840] Great search results and total privacy. [31:10.840 --> 31:14.840] Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. [31:14.840 --> 31:17.840] The Founding Fathers intended for Americans to rule themselves, [31:17.840 --> 31:19.840] and the Constitution guarantees it. [31:19.840 --> 31:22.840] So what does it mean when a Gallup poll shows that more than half of us [31:22.840 --> 31:24.840] think the government is out of control? [31:24.840 --> 31:27.840] Why are we suddenly so afraid of ourselves? [31:27.840 --> 31:28.840] Jefferson remarked, [31:28.840 --> 31:31.840] when governments fear the people, there is liberty. [31:31.840 --> 31:34.840] When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. [31:34.840 --> 31:36.840] Based on how many people fear the government these days, [31:36.840 --> 31:39.840] we may be headed into tyrannical territory. [31:39.840 --> 31:43.840] It's time we stop delegating our political responsibilities to the politicians [31:43.840 --> 31:46.840] and take back control of our government as intended. [31:46.840 --> 31:47.840] Time is running out. [31:47.840 --> 31:49.840] Let's secure our rights before it's too late. [31:49.840 --> 31:51.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [31:51.840 --> 31:55.840] For more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com. [32:21.840 --> 32:36.840] Okay, this is Raymond Shelton, David Stephen, Eddie Craig, [32:36.840 --> 32:38.840] Red Law Radio. [32:38.840 --> 32:42.840] Gillian, we were talking about your issue, [32:42.840 --> 32:49.840] and you told the court that you had a multiple claims of false imprisonment [32:49.840 --> 32:55.840] against the officer, and it seemed to have really gotten their attention. [32:55.840 --> 32:56.840] Yes. [32:56.840 --> 33:02.840] Can you elucidate the nature of the claims you have against these officers? [33:02.840 --> 33:04.840] Well, okay. [33:04.840 --> 33:12.840] On the day of the initial stop, [33:12.840 --> 33:21.840] I had received my summons to court, and then I was not allowed to drive [33:21.840 --> 33:26.840] my vehicle anymore, so I was out of my vehicle, of course, [33:26.840 --> 33:31.840] and I was telling them that, okay, I'm going to go home now, [33:31.840 --> 33:36.840] because I had been stopped actually right in front of my house, [33:36.840 --> 33:42.840] and I was going to go home because I didn't want to see my car being towed. [33:42.840 --> 33:50.840] I felt it was a very demoralizing thing to watch my property be towed away, [33:50.840 --> 33:53.840] and I just wanted to leave. [33:53.840 --> 33:55.840] They said I could not leave. [33:55.840 --> 33:57.840] I asked if I was being detained. [33:57.840 --> 34:03.840] They said yes, and then I proceeded to get a little nervous, [34:03.840 --> 34:07.840] and he asked me why I'm getting so nervous, and I said, [34:07.840 --> 34:11.840] well, because the Supreme Court said that I'm allowed to leave now, [34:11.840 --> 34:16.840] and I found it in the code, too, that this is a charge that the officer [34:16.840 --> 34:23.840] can be found guilty of misconduct under office for not letting you leave [34:23.840 --> 34:27.840] after you've been given the summons. [34:27.840 --> 34:34.840] The second incident was a month later. [34:34.840 --> 34:36.840] I worked the night shift, obviously. [34:36.840 --> 34:38.840] I'm working right now. [34:38.840 --> 34:41.840] So we got home, and I go, I'm hungry. [34:41.840 --> 34:45.840] I want to get some boiled eggs for some food I'm going to cook, [34:45.840 --> 34:50.840] so I go to the 7-Eleven, and I see the same officer. [34:50.840 --> 34:54.840] He's there, and he waves to me, and I wave back, [34:54.840 --> 34:58.840] and then he turns around, and he turns in the middle of the road [34:58.840 --> 35:05.840] and follows me and lights me up for no reason. [35:05.840 --> 35:07.840] I get pulled over. [35:07.840 --> 35:14.840] He checks all my papers and then says I can leave. [35:14.840 --> 35:18.840] And what was his articulatable probable cause? [35:18.840 --> 35:25.840] Well, he said that the dispatch got the numbers mixed up, [35:25.840 --> 35:33.840] and they ran somebody else's tag that was also the same color of my car, [35:33.840 --> 35:38.840] and he said that it was probably improper tags again. [35:38.840 --> 35:43.840] And then he said sorry. [35:43.840 --> 35:49.840] And you didn't say, oh, that's okay, you can abuse me all you want to? [35:49.840 --> 35:50.840] Right. [35:50.840 --> 35:54.840] Good man. [35:54.840 --> 36:02.840] So it's interesting that the city seemed to take this so serious, [36:02.840 --> 36:07.840] and they didn't just blow you off. [36:07.840 --> 36:10.840] It's a good sign, and the more we hammer them, [36:10.840 --> 36:13.840] the more we stand on them, [36:13.840 --> 36:16.840] I suspect the more they're going to start paying attention [36:16.840 --> 36:21.840] because when they have somebody that actually takes them to task, [36:21.840 --> 36:26.840] they realize that the public is upset at this point. [36:26.840 --> 36:30.840] They're not happy with these public officials taking liberties [36:30.840 --> 36:33.840] that we don't grant them. [36:33.840 --> 36:39.840] And it appears as though these public officials are beginning to pay attention. [36:39.840 --> 36:43.840] I'm glad to see that's happening in Virginia. [36:43.840 --> 36:46.840] Yeah, it's sure not happening in Austin. [36:46.840 --> 36:49.840] Not yet. [36:49.840 --> 37:00.840] Well, before I go, I just wanted to say that I called in to another show recently, [37:00.840 --> 37:04.840] and I said, where's the Eddie Craig of Virginia? [37:04.840 --> 37:11.840] And after that, I felt really, really morally wrong and, like, I guess dirty about that [37:11.840 --> 37:14.840] because, I mean, we've got to, individually, [37:14.840 --> 37:19.840] we've got to take responsibility for what we've become. [37:19.840 --> 37:25.840] You know, we can't just keep relying on others to take care of our business, [37:25.840 --> 37:29.840] and that's why I... [37:29.840 --> 37:34.840] Julian, you are why I'm here. [37:34.840 --> 37:36.840] Thank you. [37:36.840 --> 37:45.840] The primary reason I'm here is to help people understand that they are the sovereigns, [37:45.840 --> 37:52.840] that the duty to fix the problem lies with us, and you got it. [37:52.840 --> 37:57.840] Thank you. This is what keeps me doing what I'm doing. [37:57.840 --> 38:02.840] Every once in a while, I run across somebody who gets it. [38:02.840 --> 38:05.840] You're more important than you know. [38:05.840 --> 38:10.840] Other people will see you taking action, and they'll start taking action. [38:10.840 --> 38:13.840] This is how we'll get this thing fixed. [38:13.840 --> 38:18.840] The tide has been turning for three or four years now. [38:18.840 --> 38:21.840] It's moving in our direction. [38:21.840 --> 38:30.840] So it's our time to shine. [38:30.840 --> 38:32.840] Yeah, but you did do a good job. [38:32.840 --> 38:36.840] Don't let them intimidate you. Hang in there with what you got. [38:36.840 --> 38:39.840] That's going to become important here in a while. [38:39.840 --> 38:43.840] And that was the best part is, you know, they try to do a song and dance, [38:43.840 --> 38:48.840] and you maintain your composure, you maintain your focus. [38:48.840 --> 38:54.840] The hardest thing to maintain is your focus and not let them get you to act out [38:54.840 --> 38:58.840] so that they have a claim they can make against you. [38:58.840 --> 39:03.840] When they figure out they can't control you, that's when they really start getting nervous. [39:03.840 --> 39:05.840] So I appreciate you. [39:05.840 --> 39:07.840] Good job, Julian. [39:07.840 --> 39:08.840] All right, thank you. [39:08.840 --> 39:10.840] Okay, you have a good night. [39:10.840 --> 39:11.840] All right, bye. [39:11.840 --> 39:13.840] Okay, we are going now to Bruce in Illinois. [39:13.840 --> 39:14.840] Oh, hello. [39:14.840 --> 39:17.840] Hey, Bruce, thanks for calling in. What's on your mind tonight? [39:17.840 --> 39:21.840] Yeah, my daughter got guardianship with my mom. She's got memory loss. [39:21.840 --> 39:22.840] She's a 79. [39:22.840 --> 39:26.840] The daughter's stolen at least $20,000 already from mom [39:26.840 --> 39:28.840] because she has access to her money, of course. [39:28.840 --> 39:29.840] She writes checks. [39:29.840 --> 39:31.840] You said, what, do I file these complaints, [39:31.840 --> 39:35.840] take the complaints to a grand jury instead of the district attorney? [39:35.840 --> 39:37.840] Is that correct? [39:37.840 --> 39:38.840] Hold on, hold on. [39:38.840 --> 39:43.840] If she has access, then it's a civil matter. [39:43.840 --> 39:48.840] Okay, but I fill them out saying she's stealing this money [39:48.840 --> 39:50.840] and then I take the complaints to who? [39:50.840 --> 39:51.840] Well, you can't. [39:51.840 --> 39:58.840] I mean, you can, but if she has authorization to use the accounts, [39:58.840 --> 40:05.840] that's kind of like me giving you my car to use and then you don't bring it back. [40:05.840 --> 40:07.840] So how do I stop the theft? [40:07.840 --> 40:09.840] Okay, that's not theft. [40:09.840 --> 40:11.840] That's a civil issue. [40:11.840 --> 40:13.840] You really need to file a civil action. [40:13.840 --> 40:14.840] A civil action? [40:14.840 --> 40:17.840] Yeah, you can file a criminal complaint, but you won't get any traction. [40:17.840 --> 40:23.840] A magistrate will look at that and say this is not a crime and toss it. [40:23.840 --> 40:28.840] You really need to look at petitioning a local court for restraining order. [40:28.840 --> 40:31.840] Restraining order against her spending money, huh? [40:31.840 --> 40:36.840] Against her raiding your mother's savings. [40:36.840 --> 40:43.840] You may want to file an action to get guardianship of your mother yourself. [40:43.840 --> 40:44.840] Right. [40:44.840 --> 40:46.840] That's the civil court too then? [40:46.840 --> 40:47.840] Yes. [40:47.840 --> 40:49.840] All of this is going to be civil. [40:49.840 --> 40:53.840] Yeah, what she's doing right now is not necessarily a crime. [40:53.840 --> 40:58.840] She's got legal guardianship of your mother and she has legal access to the bank accounts [40:58.840 --> 41:04.840] and there's nothing anywhere in law that says that she can't spend the money. [41:04.840 --> 41:09.840] It's kind of like when someone is a trustee for a trust. [41:09.840 --> 41:19.840] There was a situation in Hawaii where these three guys set up a trust to fund education [41:19.840 --> 41:24.840] for poverty stricken children in Honolulu. [41:24.840 --> 41:25.840] Wait a minute. [41:25.840 --> 41:26.840] Let me finish. [41:26.840 --> 41:28.840] I'm trying to give you an analogy here. [41:28.840 --> 41:35.840] They set up this trust to fund education for poor children and they did all this advertising [41:35.840 --> 41:39.840] and got all these people to give them donations. [41:39.840 --> 41:45.840] Then what ended up happening is that the three trustees ended up living high on the hog [41:45.840 --> 41:48.840] and living the life of the rich and famous. [41:48.840 --> 41:53.840] There was a whole lot of spending by the trustees on themselves going on [41:53.840 --> 41:57.840] and not a whole lot of education of the poor going on. [41:57.840 --> 42:01.840] The courts ruled that that is not illegal. [42:01.840 --> 42:07.840] The trustees have access to the assets of the trust and they can do with it what they will. [42:07.840 --> 42:11.840] What's going on with your daughter and her having guardianship over your mother [42:11.840 --> 42:14.840] and spending the money, it is not illegal. [42:14.840 --> 42:16.840] You're not going to get anywhere as far as crime. [42:16.840 --> 42:20.840] If you don't like what your daughter is doing and you think it's unethical or whatever [42:20.840 --> 42:23.840] or you think she's plundering and not taking good care of your mother, [42:23.840 --> 42:28.840] then the best thing you could do is sue to take guardianship of your mother yourself. [42:28.840 --> 42:29.840] Oh, okay. [42:29.840 --> 42:30.840] It's guardianship. [42:30.840 --> 42:33.840] That gives me a reason to do it, to get guardianship. [42:33.840 --> 42:36.840] Or you could ask for a guardian ad litem. [42:36.840 --> 42:38.840] You could ask for a guardian ad litem, yes. [42:38.840 --> 42:44.840] The problem with that is you'll get an attorney and you know they're scoundrels. [42:44.840 --> 42:45.840] Yeah, they just want the money. [42:45.840 --> 42:50.840] Well, what's going to happen is that the attorney is going to loot your mother's estate [42:50.840 --> 42:52.840] way worse than your daughter ever would. [42:52.840 --> 42:57.840] Well, you know, the nursing home is $3,300 a month, so this $20,000 is on top of that. [42:57.840 --> 43:02.840] The daughter, just write yourself a check for $1,500, $500, for gas, for food, $600. [43:02.840 --> 43:04.840] You know, it's all listed. [43:04.840 --> 43:11.840] Okay, before you get too upset, how much time is your daughter spending taking care of your mother? [43:11.840 --> 43:12.840] She put her in a nursing home. [43:12.840 --> 43:14.840] The daughter doesn't take care of her at all. [43:14.840 --> 43:19.840] How much time has she spent taking care of her before she was put in a nursing home? [43:19.840 --> 43:22.840] None. The daughter doesn't take care of mom at all. [43:22.840 --> 43:23.840] She's just ripping her off. [43:23.840 --> 43:29.840] She got a restraining order against me also, so I have trouble going to the home to see her. [43:29.840 --> 43:31.840] How do I take care of that? [43:31.840 --> 43:38.840] Okay, this you would go to a justice court and ask for a show cause hearing on the restraining order [43:38.840 --> 43:46.840] and ask for a restraining order against the daughter to keep her from looting the mother's account. [43:46.840 --> 43:47.840] Okay. [43:47.840 --> 43:49.840] All right, hold on, Bruce. We'll finish up on the other side. [43:49.840 --> 43:50.840] We're going to break. [43:50.840 --> 43:51.840] Then we've got Jason. [43:51.840 --> 43:53.840] After that, we've got open phone lines, folks. [43:53.840 --> 43:56.840] 512-646-1984. [43:56.840 --> 44:01.840] More energy. [44:01.840 --> 44:03.840] Stronger immune power. [44:03.840 --> 44:06.840] Improved sense of well-being. [44:06.840 --> 44:10.840] How many supplements have you heard boast of these benefits? [46:23.840 --> 46:30.840] Speaking with Bruce in Illinois, always you must be careful what you are wishing for. [46:30.840 --> 46:33.840] Perfect song for Bruce in Illinois. [46:33.840 --> 46:35.840] Randy, you've got some comments? [46:35.840 --> 46:41.840] Yes, and Bruce, I suggest you may have some difficulty. [46:41.840 --> 46:49.840] The court's going to look at this and they're going to say the grandmother gave control [46:49.840 --> 46:54.840] of her business affairs to the daughter of the granddaughter. [46:54.840 --> 46:56.840] Well, she went to court and got it. [46:56.840 --> 46:58.840] Okay, so she went to court and got it. [46:58.840 --> 47:03.840] The courts bypassed you for some reason. [47:03.840 --> 47:07.840] Now, maybe she told them a whopper, I don't know, but the courts are going to look at that [47:07.840 --> 47:09.840] and they're going to pay a lot of attention to it. [47:09.840 --> 47:16.840] You're going to have to come up with a real good reason for them to give you control of this, [47:16.840 --> 47:18.840] the mother's assets. [47:18.840 --> 47:30.840] What may work better is if you can find another family member or someone that everybody can agree to [47:30.840 --> 47:41.840] to turn over guardianship, to be a lot more likely the courts will do that. [47:41.840 --> 47:47.840] So you might look for someone that everybody can agree with, agree to trust, [47:47.840 --> 47:51.840] and ask the courts to appoint them. [47:51.840 --> 47:55.840] A lot of times when people come in and say, oh, she's stealing from the estate, [47:55.840 --> 47:57.840] you ought to turn it over to me. [47:57.840 --> 48:01.840] The courts are going to look at him and say, well, he won't steal more from the estate than she did. [48:01.840 --> 48:03.840] Well, no, you have to account for it every year, what you spend. [48:03.840 --> 48:05.840] Yeah. [48:05.840 --> 48:11.840] So if you pick a third neutral, seemingly somewhat neutral party that both parties can agree to, [48:11.840 --> 48:16.840] you're more likely to get a positive result. [48:16.840 --> 48:18.840] Okay, callers are stacking up. [48:18.840 --> 48:19.840] They have around these bad drugs, too. [48:19.840 --> 48:21.840] That's why I kind of want to get around the natural stuff, too, [48:21.840 --> 48:25.840] because these Dexalon and these pharma drugs are bad side effects. [48:25.840 --> 48:27.840] You know what I mean? [48:27.840 --> 48:29.840] Okay, well, that's a different issue. [48:29.840 --> 48:31.840] That's talking to the doctors. [48:31.840 --> 48:33.840] Okay, but that might help, too, maybe. [48:33.840 --> 48:36.840] Yeah, it might help because we tend to over-medicate. [48:36.840 --> 48:37.840] All right. [48:37.840 --> 48:38.840] Thank you so much. [48:38.840 --> 48:39.840] Okay. [48:39.840 --> 48:43.840] All right, we're going now to Jason in Texas. [48:43.840 --> 48:45.840] Hey, Jason, thanks for calling in. [48:45.840 --> 48:47.840] What's on your mind tonight? [48:47.840 --> 48:49.840] I actually spoke with you guys maybe two weeks ago. [48:49.840 --> 48:55.840] I had a citation on what originally was running a red light, [48:55.840 --> 49:01.840] and the officer wrote accelerating through the intersection on the ticket. [49:01.840 --> 49:02.840] I went into the... [49:02.840 --> 49:03.840] I remember that. [49:03.840 --> 49:05.840] Okay. [49:05.840 --> 49:14.840] I've yet to see a statute making it a crime to accelerate through an intersection. [49:14.840 --> 49:16.840] Yeah, I can't find anything either. [49:16.840 --> 49:19.840] I don't really know what I'm doing, but I'm just doing Google searches. [49:19.840 --> 49:25.840] It would seem kind of hard to get through an intersection from a dead stop. [49:25.840 --> 49:26.840] Right, exactly. [49:26.840 --> 49:30.840] This guy's going to have a problem. [49:30.840 --> 49:32.840] Well, I just really don't know my way around the courtroom though either [49:32.840 --> 49:36.840] because I went down there to, like it says on the ticket, [49:36.840 --> 49:42.840] to appear before the specific date and then requested to see a magistrate. [49:42.840 --> 49:46.840] The woman basically, I guess you guys have been down there, [49:46.840 --> 49:50.840] she was basically like a customer service representative, [49:50.840 --> 49:52.840] basically saying, well, you can either plead guilty or not guilty [49:52.840 --> 49:57.840] or request a judge or jury trial or whatever, and I didn't plead anything. [49:57.840 --> 50:02.840] I just said I wanted to see a magistrate, and she said that I wouldn't that day, [50:02.840 --> 50:08.840] but that they would set up a trial or something or set up for me to appear before the judge. [50:08.840 --> 50:14.840] So I'm just waiting, and she hands me this thing that she entered my plea of not guilty [50:14.840 --> 50:19.840] and has a trial for me set up, and they're going to mail me the trial date, [50:19.840 --> 50:25.840] which I thought was kind of odd since I didn't plead guilty or not guilty to her. [50:25.840 --> 50:26.840] I don't know. [50:26.840 --> 50:28.840] The whole thing seems really ridiculous. [50:28.840 --> 50:30.840] Where are you? [50:30.840 --> 50:31.840] I'm in Austin. [50:31.840 --> 50:32.840] Okay, good. [50:32.840 --> 50:36.840] So the clerk entered a plea for you? [50:36.840 --> 50:37.840] Yeah. [50:37.840 --> 50:38.840] Oh, this would be so much fun. [50:38.840 --> 50:39.840] Well, I don't know if she's a clerk. [50:39.840 --> 50:41.840] If you guys have been down on 7th Street, the police headquarters, [50:41.840 --> 50:43.840] and the whole thing where you... [50:43.840 --> 50:44.840] Yeah, 7th Street. [50:44.840 --> 50:47.840] Yeah, that's the municipal, the clerk of the municipal court. [50:47.840 --> 50:53.840] So the clerk, now the, under certain circumstances, [50:53.840 --> 51:01.840] the judge is authorized to enter a plea, but the clerk is not a judge. [51:01.840 --> 51:10.840] So the clerk entered the plea, I would consider that impersonating a judicial officer. [51:10.840 --> 51:15.840] And the way I read the law, that's a crime in Texas. [51:15.840 --> 51:21.840] 37.10. [51:21.840 --> 51:24.840] I'm sorry, 37.11. [51:24.840 --> 51:29.840] 37.10 is a government document. [51:29.840 --> 51:31.840] We've got to get this down. [51:31.840 --> 51:35.840] You've got to understand, filing criminal complaints, [51:35.840 --> 51:38.840] that's my form of entertainment. [51:38.840 --> 51:41.840] It is a hoot. [51:41.840 --> 51:48.840] Because when you file the criminal complaint, all of a sudden you get their attention. [51:48.840 --> 51:53.840] All of a sudden they're not so smart-mouthed and arrogant anymore. [51:53.840 --> 51:56.840] All of a sudden they see their careers passing before their eyes. [51:56.840 --> 51:59.840] All of a sudden they see that their liberty might be at stake. [51:59.840 --> 52:07.840] Yeah, when you start, you know, dealing with people's liberty, things start to change. [52:07.840 --> 52:10.840] You get what's called an attitude adjustment? [52:10.840 --> 52:18.840] I mean, getting your property forfeited or, you know, getting fined and having to pay a fine, [52:18.840 --> 52:21.840] having your pocketbook hit is one thing. [52:21.840 --> 52:25.840] Having your liberty restricted, it's just, there's no comparison. [52:25.840 --> 52:33.840] Guys, you just cannot appreciate this, not being in Randall County when the district clerk told me [52:33.840 --> 52:40.840] she didn't have time to go get me the original, the paper document record [52:40.840 --> 52:44.840] that I had to look at it in the computer. [52:44.840 --> 52:48.840] And I told her, you need to wait right here. [52:48.840 --> 52:51.840] Somebody's going to want to talk to you. [52:51.840 --> 52:54.840] Where is security? [52:54.840 --> 53:00.840] I went out and asked the security to arrest the clerk. [53:00.840 --> 53:06.840] And a little while later she came out with a lieutenant who I had crawled down his throat a bit. [53:06.840 --> 53:10.840] And she had a handful of these documents that I wanted to see. [53:10.840 --> 53:13.840] And I told them the lieutenant started to say something. [53:13.840 --> 53:17.840] I said, stop, stop, stop. I can't talk to you. [53:17.840 --> 53:20.840] I have called someone to take my criminal complaint. [53:20.840 --> 53:23.840] And when they get here, I'll talk to them. [53:23.840 --> 53:26.840] But since I'm going to be filing criminal charges against you, [53:26.840 --> 53:30.840] it would be inappropriate for me to talk to you at this point. [53:30.840 --> 53:35.840] And one of the security guys stepped up and said, well, she has the documents you asked for. [53:35.840 --> 53:42.840] And I said, sorry, Bubba, that bell's already been rung. [53:42.840 --> 53:51.840] And the look on the clerk's face, the look that said, I can't believe this is happening to me, [53:51.840 --> 53:54.840] was priceless. [53:54.840 --> 54:00.840] And I really had to struggle not to laugh right out loud. [54:00.840 --> 54:04.840] You haven't lived until you've done that at least once. [54:04.840 --> 54:07.840] Well, how do I find out about knowing how to do all this stuff? [54:07.840 --> 54:12.840] I mean, it seems like nobody's trained or knows the law or does anything right, [54:12.840 --> 54:15.840] whether it's police or the courthouse. [54:15.840 --> 54:20.840] You have to understand you are the sovereign. [54:20.840 --> 54:22.840] They all work for the system. [54:22.840 --> 54:30.840] They can only do what the law specifically allows them to do. [54:30.840 --> 54:33.840] You, on the other hand, you can do anything you want to, [54:33.840 --> 54:41.840] unless some specific law specifically forbids you from doing that specific thing. [54:41.840 --> 54:46.840] Now, if any public official tells me I can't do something, [54:46.840 --> 54:53.840] he better come up with the statute that specifically stipulates that I can't do that, [54:53.840 --> 54:56.840] or I'll consider that an act of official oppression. [54:56.840 --> 54:59.840] Everybody should have this one memorized. [54:59.840 --> 55:03.840] We spoke earlier about the Ku Klux Klan Act. [55:03.840 --> 55:10.840] The Ku Klux Klan Act had two separate issues. [55:10.840 --> 55:12.840] The first one was criminal. [55:12.840 --> 55:14.840] The second one was civil. [55:14.840 --> 55:22.840] The civil aspect of the Ku Klux Klan Act has been codified into 42 U.S. Code 1983. [55:22.840 --> 55:28.840] It makes a public official suable personally if they violate a law relating to your office [55:28.840 --> 55:35.840] and in the process deny you the full and free access to or enjoyment of a right. [55:35.840 --> 55:44.840] The first part of the Ku Klux Klan Act has been codified into 18 U.S. Code 242, [55:44.840 --> 55:51.840] and that makes it a crime for a public official acting under the color of an official authority [55:51.840 --> 55:56.840] to exert or purport to exert an authority they do not expressly have [55:56.840 --> 56:01.840] or to fail to perform a duty they are required to perform. [56:01.840 --> 56:05.840] In the process, if they deny a citizen full and free access to or enjoyment of a right, [56:05.840 --> 56:07.840] that's class A misdemeanor. [56:07.840 --> 56:10.840] They can go to prison for that. [56:10.840 --> 56:15.840] And almost every state, the only one that I couldn't find it in was New Mexico. [56:15.840 --> 56:24.840] Every state has 18 U.S. Code 242 codified into state code. [56:24.840 --> 56:31.840] In Texas, it's penal code 39.03. [56:31.840 --> 56:33.840] It says almost exactly the same thing. [56:33.840 --> 56:37.840] And when you start reading the penal codes and the code criminal procedure, [56:37.840 --> 56:44.840] you'll find very often similar statutes in exactly the same verbiage. [56:44.840 --> 56:53.840] And that's because the federal government has put out proposed penal codes [56:53.840 --> 57:00.840] and codes of criminal procedure so that you can move from one state to another [57:00.840 --> 57:06.840] and really well understand the nature of the laws in each of those states [57:06.840 --> 57:11.840] so that you know when you're violating a law and when you're not. [57:11.840 --> 57:15.840] Anybody who's moved around the United States understands that, [57:15.840 --> 57:21.840] the difference between going from state to state and going from a state, say, to Mexico. [57:21.840 --> 57:23.840] That's a whole other animal. [57:23.840 --> 57:27.840] So they try to keep the laws uniform. [57:27.840 --> 57:34.840] And because of that, a lot of the laws, if you read one set of, one penal code, [57:34.840 --> 57:39.840] then reading another penal code would be a piece of cake because 90% of it's the same. [57:39.840 --> 57:41.840] So it's pretty consistent. [57:41.840 --> 57:50.840] And this one, this official oppression, every citizen should have that memorized. [57:50.840 --> 57:54.840] This goes to our sovereignty. [57:54.840 --> 58:00.840] You failed, you as my servant, you as my employee, you failed to perform [58:00.840 --> 58:05.840] due to your required to perform, I'm going to land on you like a ton of bricks. [58:05.840 --> 58:11.840] And as a sovereign, you absolutely can. [58:11.840 --> 58:17.840] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Danny Craig, Rule of Law Radio. [58:17.840 --> 58:19.840] We'll be back on the other side. [58:19.840 --> 58:23.840] Jason, if you have any more questions or comments, we'll take them on the other side. [58:23.840 --> 58:24.840] Yeah, do you have anything else? [58:24.840 --> 58:26.840] Do you have anything else for us, Jason? [58:26.840 --> 58:28.840] Yeah, I think I have another question. [58:28.840 --> 58:29.840] Okay, wonderful. [58:29.840 --> 58:30.840] Okay, then just hang on. [58:30.840 --> 58:32.840] We do have another considerable number of callers. [58:32.840 --> 58:34.840] We've got Mark from Wisconsin. [58:34.840 --> 58:35.840] We've got Zoe, Jim, and Gary. [58:35.840 --> 58:38.840] And we'll be taking the rest of your calls in the next hour. [58:38.840 --> 58:40.840] So folks, just be patient, please. [58:40.840 --> 58:41.840] Just stay on the line. [58:41.840 --> 58:43.840] Keep your place in the queue. [58:43.840 --> 58:59.840] And we'll be back on the other side. [58:59.840 --> 59:03.840] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, [59:03.840 --> 59:07.840] yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. [59:07.840 --> 59:11.840] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, [59:11.840 --> 59:16.840] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture. [59:16.840 --> 59:18.840] Enter the Recovery Version. [59:18.840 --> 59:22.840] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, [59:22.840 --> 59:27.840] but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. [59:57.840 --> 59:59.840] That's freestudybible.com. [59:59.840 --> 01:00:03.840] This news brief brought to you by the International News Network. [01:00:03.840 --> 01:00:07.840] The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency subpoenaed Halliburton Thursday [01:00:07.840 --> 01:00:12.840] demanding information about the chemicals used by the company to fracture shale rocks [01:00:12.840 --> 01:00:14.840] when drilling for natural gas. [01:00:14.840 --> 01:00:19.840] Halliburton had ignored the EPA's request for information needed for a Congressional investigation [01:00:19.840 --> 01:00:25.840] on the impacts of hydraulic fracturing or fracking on drinking water and public health. [01:00:25.840 --> 01:00:28.840] Fracking has polluted drinking water sources in multiple states [01:00:28.840 --> 01:00:32.840] but is exempted from the Clean Water Act. [01:00:32.840 --> 01:00:37.840] The Deficit Commission's proposal to cut billions of dollars in military spending [01:00:37.840 --> 01:00:43.840] would take a toll on weapons programs, health care benefits and overseas bases. [01:00:43.840 --> 01:00:48.840] Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has already launched a drive to eliminate $100 billion [01:00:48.840 --> 01:00:52.840] in unnecessary costs in the next five years. [01:00:52.840 --> 01:00:56.840] Those savings were designed to be plowed back into weapons procurement [01:00:56.840 --> 01:01:01.840] but the panel wants to apply the savings to deficit reduction instead. [01:01:01.840 --> 01:01:06.840] A Russian journalist who was beaten nearly to death by a salient wielding an iron bar [01:01:06.840 --> 01:01:10.840] regained consciousness Friday after a week in an induced coma. [01:01:10.840 --> 01:01:14.840] Oleg Kashin, a reporter with the influential Kommersant Daily, [01:01:14.840 --> 01:01:17.840] was attacked by two men outside his Moscow apartment. [01:01:17.840 --> 01:01:20.840] Kashin had written articles criticizing the Kremlin. [01:01:20.840 --> 01:01:26.840] Since 2000 there have been 19 unsolved killings of reporters in Russia. [01:01:26.840 --> 01:01:30.840] The death toll in Haiti's cholera epidemic climbed to 800 Thursdays [01:01:30.840 --> 01:01:33.840] and nearly 10,000 people have been affected. [01:01:33.840 --> 01:01:40.840] Living conditions in Haiti where an earthquake killed 300,000 people in January remain horrific. [01:01:40.840 --> 01:01:46.840] 1.3 million are still living in tent cities where conditions are ripe for the spread of cholera. [01:01:46.840 --> 01:01:51.840] A study by the Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti titled We Have Been Forgotten [01:01:51.840 --> 01:01:55.840] found 44% of families living in tent camps drink untreated water [01:01:55.840 --> 01:01:59.840] and 27% have no access to sanitation. [01:01:59.840 --> 01:02:03.840] In March, the U.S. pledged over $1 billion to Haiti, [01:02:03.840 --> 01:02:08.840] but the Office of the U.N. Special Envoy says not one penny has been delivered. [01:02:08.840 --> 01:02:14.840] Meanwhile, 98% of the rubble in Port-au-Prince remains uncleared. [01:02:14.840 --> 01:02:18.840] Economic commentator Lee Sustar says international economic cooperation [01:02:18.840 --> 01:02:23.840] has given way to a currency war at the G20 summit in Seoul, South Korea. [01:02:23.840 --> 01:02:27.840] Sustar says the U.S. is not only pursuing short-term relief for its weak economy, [01:02:27.840 --> 01:02:32.840] but is also struggling to contain the influence of China, India and other countries [01:02:32.840 --> 01:02:35.840] that have shifted the global balance of economic power. [01:02:35.840 --> 01:02:40.840] The world's major economic powers have undertaken competitive devaluations of their currencies, [01:02:40.840 --> 01:02:45.840] trying to make their own exports cheaper and trying to protect their own corporations [01:02:45.840 --> 01:02:47.840] at the expense of their competitors. [01:02:47.840 --> 01:02:54.840] Sustar says this policy, used during the Great Depression, was known then as beggar thy neighbor. [01:03:10.840 --> 01:03:15.840] Music [01:03:15.840 --> 01:03:20.840] Music [01:03:20.840 --> 01:03:43.840] Music [01:03:43.840 --> 01:03:50.840] Music [01:03:50.840 --> 01:03:53.840] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:03:53.840 --> 01:03:55.840] Okay, Jason, you have one more question. [01:03:55.840 --> 01:03:58.840] Please go ahead and then we'll be going to Mark. [01:03:58.840 --> 01:03:59.840] Okay, thank you. [01:03:59.840 --> 01:04:03.840] Just in general, looking at the website, I wasn't really sure what you guys offer [01:04:03.840 --> 01:04:09.840] other than the course or the seminar. [01:04:09.840 --> 01:04:12.840] Right now we have the traffic seminar. [01:04:12.840 --> 01:04:14.840] That's all we have right now. [01:04:14.840 --> 01:04:15.840] Okay. [01:04:15.840 --> 01:04:22.840] That's the only product that we have for offer that is our product. [01:04:22.840 --> 01:04:26.840] But for debt collectors, problems with debt collectors, we've got the Mike Amiris method. [01:04:26.840 --> 01:04:28.840] That is the blue banner. [01:04:28.840 --> 01:04:35.840] Like if you scroll down right underneath where all the hosts on the network are, [01:04:35.840 --> 01:04:38.840] then you'll see the baby blue banner kind of on the left. [01:04:38.840 --> 01:04:40.840] That's for the Mike Amiris method. [01:04:40.840 --> 01:04:42.840] We sell that product. [01:04:42.840 --> 01:04:44.840] That helps support the network. [01:04:44.840 --> 01:04:45.840] We get a commission off of that. [01:04:45.840 --> 01:04:50.840] Also, Jurisdictionary, this is something, this is the ABCs of dealing in the core system. [01:04:50.840 --> 01:04:51.840] Everybody needs to get... [01:04:51.840 --> 01:04:52.840] Oh, you guys do the Jurisdictionary. [01:04:52.840 --> 01:04:53.840] Okay. [01:04:53.840 --> 01:04:56.840] Well, yeah, we are a retailer for Jurisdictionary. [01:04:56.840 --> 01:04:58.840] Frederick Graves actually has a show on this network. [01:04:58.840 --> 01:05:00.840] It's his only radio show. [01:05:00.840 --> 01:05:02.840] Where are you located at? [01:05:02.840 --> 01:05:05.840] Do you have classes in Austin or anything like that? [01:05:05.840 --> 01:05:07.840] We do a radio show. [01:05:07.840 --> 01:05:12.840] We're actually going to have a couple of classes at Brave New Books on the 16th and 27th. [01:05:12.840 --> 01:05:13.840] Eddie, that's right. [01:05:13.840 --> 01:05:14.840] Eddie's going to do that. [01:05:14.840 --> 01:05:15.840] We need to run a PSA. [01:05:15.840 --> 01:05:17.840] That's something I'd be interested in, definitely. [01:05:17.840 --> 01:05:19.840] I haven't seen any of that. [01:05:19.840 --> 01:05:24.840] Every Tuesday at Brave New Books, there is a Jurisdictionary meeting. [01:05:24.840 --> 01:05:28.840] Yes, but that is only for people who have Jurisdictionary. [01:05:28.840 --> 01:05:31.840] They've started restricting the class. [01:05:31.840 --> 01:05:36.840] The general public is welcome to come and sit in and watch and observe, [01:05:36.840 --> 01:05:40.840] but you cannot participate in the discussion unless you actually have Jurisdictionary. [01:05:40.840 --> 01:05:42.840] It's a Jurisdictionary study group. [01:05:42.840 --> 01:05:43.840] Okay. [01:05:43.840 --> 01:05:46.840] So if you don't have Jurisdictionary, you can go and observe, [01:05:46.840 --> 01:05:52.840] but they are not there to teach people what's in Jurisdictionary if you don't already have it. [01:05:52.840 --> 01:05:53.840] Okay. [01:05:53.840 --> 01:05:57.840] Well, I'll definitely look into that as far as picking that up. [01:05:57.840 --> 01:06:03.840] But now the classes on the 16th and the 27th are not Jurisdictionary per se. [01:06:03.840 --> 01:06:09.840] We're going to be talking about due process procedure and the code of criminal procedure. [01:06:09.840 --> 01:06:13.840] We're going to go into very specific parts of that [01:06:13.840 --> 01:06:18.840] and how to do cross-examination and things of that nature on those two classes. [01:06:18.840 --> 01:06:25.840] The one on the 16th is 6 or 7 to 9, I think, or 6 to 9 is what they had me change it to. [01:06:25.840 --> 01:06:28.840] And then on the 27th, it is 3 to 6. [01:06:28.840 --> 01:06:32.840] Each one of those is a $20 door charge. [01:06:32.840 --> 01:06:33.840] Okay. [01:06:33.840 --> 01:06:34.840] I appreciate it. [01:06:34.840 --> 01:06:37.840] I'll definitely check that out. [01:06:37.840 --> 01:06:38.840] Okay. [01:06:38.840 --> 01:06:39.840] Okay. [01:06:39.840 --> 01:06:40.840] Thanks, Jason. [01:06:40.840 --> 01:06:41.840] Thank you. [01:06:41.840 --> 01:06:42.840] Okay. [01:06:42.840 --> 01:06:45.840] We are going now to Mark in Wisconsin. [01:06:45.840 --> 01:06:47.840] Mark, thanks for calling in. [01:06:47.840 --> 01:06:48.840] What's on your mind tonight? [01:06:48.840 --> 01:06:52.840] Actually, this is Sharonda in West Long Beach. [01:06:52.840 --> 01:06:53.840] Now, wait a minute. [01:06:53.840 --> 01:06:57.840] I have a call screener now, so. [01:06:57.840 --> 01:06:59.840] What you got, Mark? [01:06:59.840 --> 01:07:06.840] Hey, I've been in negotiations with a vice president from a bill collections company, [01:07:06.840 --> 01:07:09.840] and we've been emailing back and forth. [01:07:09.840 --> 01:07:11.840] I told him I wanted $2,500. [01:07:11.840 --> 01:07:16.840] He's up to $1,500 now, and he's a particularly nasty character. [01:07:16.840 --> 01:07:24.840] And I was wondering if, see, he called me on Wednesday, and the answer is due this Tuesday, [01:07:24.840 --> 01:07:27.840] so he's trying to get some sort of settlement right now. [01:07:27.840 --> 01:07:31.840] But in him calling me on Wednesday, he wasn't supposed to do that. [01:07:31.840 --> 01:07:33.840] That's a $1,000 violation. [01:07:33.840 --> 01:07:36.840] Plus, he didn't invoke the mini Miranda. [01:07:36.840 --> 01:07:40.840] Should I throw that in my next email and tell him I want $2,500 for both cases? [01:07:40.840 --> 01:07:42.840] What do you think? [01:07:42.840 --> 01:07:44.840] Sounds reasonable to me. [01:07:44.840 --> 01:07:46.840] He committed another offense, right? [01:07:46.840 --> 01:07:47.840] Yep. [01:07:47.840 --> 01:07:48.840] Come on. [01:07:48.840 --> 01:07:50.840] Have a heart. [01:07:50.840 --> 01:07:53.840] Give the chump a break. [01:07:53.840 --> 01:07:55.840] Randy, you have to appreciate my position on this. [01:07:55.840 --> 01:08:00.840] This guy is like a, he's like the professional poker player for the bill collector, [01:08:00.840 --> 01:08:06.840] and he's just trying, I would imagine that he shuts down 99% of the proceeds in his emails [01:08:06.840 --> 01:08:08.840] and gets a cheap settlement. [01:08:08.840 --> 01:08:10.840] That's his job. [01:08:10.840 --> 01:08:11.840] That's what he does. [01:08:11.840 --> 01:08:15.840] And, you know, he's been saying, you don't have the expertise to litigate this, [01:08:15.840 --> 01:08:19.840] and, you know, sort of implying that I'm an idiot in all his emails. [01:08:19.840 --> 01:08:21.840] And I just want to hit him over the head. [01:08:21.840 --> 01:08:25.840] Well, just tell him, well, I seem to have you negotiating pretty well. [01:08:25.840 --> 01:08:28.840] Would you like to find me in court? [01:08:28.840 --> 01:08:31.840] But I think that's really going to put a B in his bonnet if I tell him [01:08:31.840 --> 01:08:36.840] I've got two more violations on him personally. [01:08:36.840 --> 01:08:43.840] You are having entirely too much fun. [01:08:43.840 --> 01:08:46.840] So I should probably throw that in the mix, huh? [01:08:46.840 --> 01:08:49.840] Mark, how many of these have you won so far? [01:08:49.840 --> 01:08:51.840] This will be my second one. [01:08:51.840 --> 01:08:58.840] But, you know, I won that one criminal case you guys helped me with against my son. [01:08:58.840 --> 01:09:00.840] So this will be three for three. [01:09:00.840 --> 01:09:09.840] And, oh, he's representing a company too that I've got $20,000 in FDR violations from too. [01:09:09.840 --> 01:09:10.840] Oh, wonderful. [01:09:10.840 --> 01:09:15.840] Now, Mark, you've also had success with the Mike Mears method with debt collectors. [01:09:15.840 --> 01:09:18.840] You called in a few weeks ago saying they offered you a settlement. [01:09:18.840 --> 01:09:22.840] Yeah, yeah, they just didn't offer me what I wanted, Deborah. [01:09:22.840 --> 01:09:26.840] Well, yeah, they're not going to always give you everything you want. [01:09:26.840 --> 01:09:32.840] But, yeah, this is my second FDCPA or AKA Michael Mears court action. [01:09:32.840 --> 01:09:37.840] I won the first one and this is the second one. [01:09:37.840 --> 01:09:40.840] Like I say, you're having too much fun with this. [01:09:40.840 --> 01:09:43.840] Now you're going to wind up going out and getting credit cards [01:09:43.840 --> 01:09:48.840] just so you can hammer the debt collectors. [01:09:48.840 --> 01:09:50.840] Well, it's so easy. [01:09:50.840 --> 01:09:54.840] I guess Citibank got bought out by somebody named Sam Tander [01:09:54.840 --> 01:09:58.840] and that's who this clown was representing. [01:09:58.840 --> 01:10:04.840] And they sent me a validation notice, so I validated with them and they never answered back. [01:10:04.840 --> 01:10:09.840] So they're even barred from coming after me. [01:10:09.840 --> 01:10:12.840] It's incredible. [01:10:12.840 --> 01:10:16.840] Plus I got $20,000 in violations against Citibank, [01:10:16.840 --> 01:10:20.840] which Sam Tander bought their liabilities, I would imagine. [01:10:20.840 --> 01:10:23.840] Wonderful. [01:10:23.840 --> 01:10:27.840] This is how we fix the system. [01:10:27.840 --> 01:10:29.840] Well, I'm hammering away. [01:10:29.840 --> 01:10:36.840] Hey, I wanted to ask you about that guy who was with the water bottle. [01:10:36.840 --> 01:10:39.840] First of all, I wanted to say what a great job he's doing. [01:10:39.840 --> 01:10:44.840] And second of all, I was wondering if it would be helpful if he got affidavits [01:10:44.840 --> 01:10:47.840] from his friends saying that he's of sound mind. [01:10:47.840 --> 01:10:49.840] That way if he's got five or ten of these affidavits, [01:10:49.840 --> 01:10:53.840] the judge is really going to have trouble saying that he's crazy. [01:10:53.840 --> 01:10:56.840] You know what I mean? [01:10:56.840 --> 01:11:00.840] I'll write him an affidavit saying he is not paranoid. [01:11:00.840 --> 01:11:03.840] Everybody really is out to get him. [01:11:03.840 --> 01:11:06.840] That will help a lot, Randy. [01:11:06.840 --> 01:11:10.840] Look, here they come now. [01:11:10.840 --> 01:11:12.840] Well, hey, they are coming. [01:11:12.840 --> 01:11:14.840] They showed up at his door. [01:11:14.840 --> 01:11:17.840] Yeah, Michael has really done well. [01:11:17.840 --> 01:11:20.840] If you haven't been through one of these, [01:11:20.840 --> 01:11:25.840] it's hard for you to realize how much internal programming [01:11:25.840 --> 01:11:28.840] they have working in their favor. [01:11:28.840 --> 01:11:34.840] You've been programmed all your life to do this little dance for them. [01:11:34.840 --> 01:11:40.840] And it's difficult not to get drawn up into that dance, Julian, earlier. [01:11:40.840 --> 01:11:44.840] That was why I was so pleased with him. [01:11:44.840 --> 01:11:47.840] They couldn't get him to engage with them. [01:11:47.840 --> 01:11:49.840] The prosecutor is trying to be helpful. [01:11:49.840 --> 01:11:51.840] Oh, I will help you out. [01:11:51.840 --> 01:11:52.840] I'll be your buddy. [01:11:52.840 --> 01:11:56.840] And he didn't fall for that crap, Ola. [01:11:56.840 --> 01:11:58.840] He kept his focus. [01:11:58.840 --> 01:12:00.840] He stayed with what he was doing. [01:12:00.840 --> 01:12:04.840] And he didn't allow them to manipulate him. [01:12:04.840 --> 01:12:07.840] Randy, do you think someone should file criminal charges [01:12:07.840 --> 01:12:11.840] against that police officer who called him for tampering with a witness? [01:12:11.840 --> 01:12:14.840] Oh, absolutely. [01:12:14.840 --> 01:12:17.840] Obstruction of justice and witness tampering. [01:12:17.840 --> 01:12:18.840] Right, right. [01:12:18.840 --> 01:12:21.840] And that other gentleman who called you earlier, [01:12:21.840 --> 01:12:24.840] who was in court and wouldn't do the dance for him, too? [01:12:24.840 --> 01:12:26.840] Yeah, that's who I was talking about, Julian, yes. [01:12:26.840 --> 01:12:28.840] Right, and he got the extension of time. [01:12:28.840 --> 01:12:32.840] I'm wondering, it's not too late to file for a dismissal [01:12:32.840 --> 01:12:34.840] because they weren't ready, is it? [01:12:34.840 --> 01:12:37.840] No, it's not. [01:12:37.840 --> 01:12:40.840] Well, he should probably do that, then, because they've already lost the case. [01:12:40.840 --> 01:12:43.840] I mean, especially if they roll over him, [01:12:43.840 --> 01:12:48.840] he can still beat it in appeals if he does that. [01:12:48.840 --> 01:12:49.840] Well, that's the thing. [01:12:49.840 --> 01:12:54.840] And I use you as an example pretty often. [01:12:54.840 --> 01:12:55.840] I use you, too, Randy. [01:12:55.840 --> 01:12:58.840] Well, I was talking to you once [01:12:58.840 --> 01:13:02.840] when you were first adjudicating your son's issue. [01:13:02.840 --> 01:13:04.840] And I said, well, I think you ought to do this. [01:13:04.840 --> 01:13:05.840] I did that. [01:13:05.840 --> 01:13:06.840] Well, I think you ought to file a written amendment. [01:13:06.840 --> 01:13:07.840] I did that. [01:13:07.840 --> 01:13:10.840] Everything I mentioned, you said, I did that. [01:13:10.840 --> 01:13:13.840] And then I stopped and I said, have you been through jurisdictionary? [01:13:13.840 --> 01:13:16.840] And you said, oh, yeah, I've been through that. [01:13:16.840 --> 01:13:18.840] It clearly showed. [01:13:18.840 --> 01:13:23.840] And when I get people on the air that's been through jurisdictionary, [01:13:23.840 --> 01:13:27.840] it's real easy to know they've been through jurisdictionary [01:13:27.840 --> 01:13:32.840] because all of this sage advice I give them, they don't need it. [01:13:32.840 --> 01:13:35.840] Doesn't been there, done that. [01:13:35.840 --> 01:13:42.840] It's not as hard to come up to speed as you would think. [01:13:42.840 --> 01:13:48.840] As a pro se, you're not dealing with every legal issue out there. [01:13:48.840 --> 01:13:51.840] You're only dealing with one. [01:13:51.840 --> 01:13:56.840] And you will be amazed at how incompetent the attorneys are. [01:13:56.840 --> 01:13:57.840] Exactly. [01:13:57.840 --> 01:13:58.840] I have an admission to make too. [01:13:58.840 --> 01:14:02.840] Randy, I've only got an eighth grade education. [01:14:02.840 --> 01:14:04.840] And I'm dyslexic. [01:14:04.840 --> 01:14:08.840] So if I can do this, anyone can. [01:14:08.840 --> 01:14:13.840] And you're a Yankee. [01:14:13.840 --> 01:14:15.840] That's below the belt you read next. [01:14:15.840 --> 01:14:21.840] I grew up about 70 miles south of you in the inner city of Chicago [01:14:21.840 --> 01:14:23.840] on the near north side. [01:14:23.840 --> 01:14:26.840] That's why I speak your strange foreign dialect. [01:14:26.840 --> 01:14:29.840] That's the Midwest Hell's Kitchen, isn't it? [01:14:29.840 --> 01:14:32.840] Kind of, sort of. [01:14:32.840 --> 01:14:33.840] Well, look at it this way. [01:14:33.840 --> 01:14:36.840] You've got all that going for you and you're still beating the crap out of them. [01:14:36.840 --> 01:14:39.840] That just proves their capability, doesn't it? [01:14:39.840 --> 01:14:40.840] Yeah. [01:14:40.840 --> 01:14:41.840] I stomp on attorneys. [01:14:41.840 --> 01:14:44.840] I'm particularly brutal with attorneys. [01:14:44.840 --> 01:14:52.840] We just need more people realizing what you came to understand. [01:14:52.840 --> 01:14:55.840] It doesn't take rocket science, scientists. [01:14:55.840 --> 01:14:58.840] This is easier than it appears. [01:14:58.840 --> 01:15:00.840] It takes a little bit of preparation. [01:15:00.840 --> 01:15:05.840] But once you've got through that first introductory course, [01:15:05.840 --> 01:15:11.840] you look at these attorneys and you think, where did these guys come from? [01:15:11.840 --> 01:15:14.840] They don't know squat. [01:15:14.840 --> 01:15:16.840] You know, I do due process. [01:15:16.840 --> 01:15:24.840] And people hear me walk through these codes, you know, 1416, 3903, blah, blah, blah. [01:15:24.840 --> 01:15:28.840] Once they don't realize there isn't about a dozen or so that I know. [01:15:28.840 --> 01:15:31.840] I think that's all I need. [01:15:31.840 --> 01:15:32.840] That's right, too. [01:15:32.840 --> 01:15:36.840] And when you deal with an attorney, they never even heard of due process, Randy. [01:15:36.840 --> 01:15:38.840] They're always straight to the merits. [01:15:38.840 --> 01:15:42.840] So even if you hire an attorney, you have to know what they're supposed to be doing [01:15:42.840 --> 01:15:48.840] because they go straight to the merits every time because they don't want to piss off a judge. [01:15:48.840 --> 01:15:54.840] And that's where we bring in the pro se from hell. [01:15:54.840 --> 01:15:56.840] That's me. [01:15:56.840 --> 01:16:01.840] We take the attorney to a place he absolutely does not want to go. [01:16:01.840 --> 01:16:06.840] He's never gone in his experience there because he didn't dare. [01:16:06.840 --> 01:16:10.840] And we run to that place. [01:16:10.840 --> 01:16:13.840] Oh, please don't throw me in the bar, Pat. [01:16:13.840 --> 01:16:17.840] It's kind of like in that book, Dune. [01:16:17.840 --> 01:16:21.840] You know, you run to that place, you know, the place where, [01:16:21.840 --> 01:16:25.840] remember how all the women were scared to go to that place, you know, [01:16:25.840 --> 01:16:27.840] and you know what I'm talking about? [01:16:27.840 --> 01:16:31.840] If folks that have read the book Dune know what I'm talking about. [01:16:31.840 --> 01:16:33.840] This is a family show, Deborah. [01:16:33.840 --> 01:16:36.840] No, Dune is about what the sand worms were. [01:16:36.840 --> 01:16:39.840] The sand worms, yes, exactly. [01:16:39.840 --> 01:16:41.840] What they didn't know is these guys knew how to handle the sand worms. [01:16:41.840 --> 01:16:43.840] That's right. That's what I'm talking about. [01:16:43.840 --> 01:16:46.840] That's their problem with the pro se from hell. [01:16:46.840 --> 01:16:47.840] Thank you a lot. [01:16:47.840 --> 01:16:48.840] Thank you, Mark. [01:16:48.840 --> 01:16:51.840] All right. Thank you, Mark. [01:16:51.840 --> 01:16:56.840] Okay, folks, when we get back, we'll be going to Zoe in Texas and more. [01:17:52.840 --> 01:17:59.840] That's Capital Coin and Bullion, 512-646-6440. [01:17:59.840 --> 01:18:02.840] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, [01:18:02.840 --> 01:18:05.840] but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy, [01:18:05.840 --> 01:18:08.840] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. [01:18:08.840 --> 01:18:11.840] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books, then. [01:18:11.840 --> 01:18:12.840] Brave New Books? [01:18:12.840 --> 01:18:15.840] Yes, Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for [01:18:15.840 --> 01:18:19.840] by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul and G. Edward Griffin. [01:18:19.840 --> 01:18:23.840] They even stock inner food, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps. [01:18:23.840 --> 01:18:25.840] There's no way a place like that exists. [01:18:25.840 --> 01:18:27.840] Go check it out for yourself. [01:18:27.840 --> 01:18:31.840] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT. [01:18:31.840 --> 01:18:35.840] By UT, there's never anywhere to park down there. [01:18:35.840 --> 01:18:37.840] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking [01:18:37.840 --> 01:18:42.840] for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility, just behind the bookstore. [01:18:42.840 --> 01:18:46.840] It does exist, but when are they open? [01:18:46.840 --> 01:18:51.840] Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays. [01:18:51.840 --> 01:18:55.840] So get them a call at 512-480-2503 [01:18:55.840 --> 01:19:20.840] or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com. [01:19:25.840 --> 01:19:30.840] I was blindsided but now I can see your plan [01:19:30.840 --> 01:19:33.840] You put the fear in my pocket [01:19:33.840 --> 01:19:35.840] Took the money from my hand [01:19:35.840 --> 01:19:44.840] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again [01:19:44.840 --> 01:20:00.840] Ain't gonna fool me [01:20:00.840 --> 01:20:05.840] Ain't gonna drive me with that same old sucker punch [01:20:05.840 --> 01:20:10.840] I get it now, but then I must have been out of love [01:20:10.840 --> 01:20:15.840] Back then you had room to move, but now you're feeling the crunch [01:20:15.840 --> 01:20:18.840] Ain't gonna get me with that same old trick again [01:20:18.840 --> 01:20:21.840] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:20:21.840 --> 01:20:24.840] All right, we're taking your calls. [01:20:24.840 --> 01:20:27.840] We are going now to Zoe in Texas. [01:20:27.840 --> 01:20:29.840] All right, Zoe, thanks for calling in. [01:20:29.840 --> 01:20:33.840] What is your question or comment for us tonight? [01:20:33.840 --> 01:20:39.840] This first question is not traffic-related. [01:20:39.840 --> 01:20:45.840] I went through probate, and I'm finding, you know, they raided, [01:20:45.840 --> 01:20:50.840] I mean, they, well, the attorneys stuck their hands [01:20:50.840 --> 01:20:54.840] and just took as much as they could from, you know, the estate. [01:20:54.840 --> 01:20:57.840] Took, I mean, stole or whatever. [01:20:57.840 --> 01:21:02.840] But my question is, I learned that certain judges, [01:21:02.840 --> 01:21:12.840] they charge different fees for, you know, per hour to handle probate. [01:21:12.840 --> 01:21:18.840] And they gave me the most expensive judge. [01:21:18.840 --> 01:21:22.840] I was, you know, but, you know, probate started without me. [01:21:22.840 --> 01:21:24.840] You know, they didn't know I existed. [01:21:24.840 --> 01:21:29.840] But I learned that, isn't there something, [01:21:29.840 --> 01:21:34.840] I'm just now finding out that, you know, because I was researching, [01:21:34.840 --> 01:21:38.840] that different courts, they have different fees. [01:21:38.840 --> 01:21:45.840] Isn't there something where I can go look to research where, you know, [01:21:45.840 --> 01:21:52.840] how is it, why they're charging these horrendous fees, legal fees? [01:21:52.840 --> 01:21:54.840] This is news to me. [01:21:54.840 --> 01:21:56.840] Oh, really? [01:21:56.840 --> 01:21:59.840] It was news to me. I'm finding a number of things. [01:21:59.840 --> 01:22:02.840] I'm not familiar with probate. [01:22:02.840 --> 01:22:04.840] I've never been through it, [01:22:04.840 --> 01:22:09.840] and it's not an issue that came up on the air very often. [01:22:09.840 --> 01:22:15.840] Well, not many people know, but I'm finding a number of things have happened to me. [01:22:15.840 --> 01:22:19.840] And I'm after them now. [01:22:19.840 --> 01:22:22.840] I just don't know how to get started. [01:22:22.840 --> 01:22:24.840] I know what they did was wrong. [01:22:24.840 --> 01:22:26.840] I just don't know. [01:22:26.840 --> 01:22:28.840] Stay listening to the show. [01:22:28.840 --> 01:22:30.840] Call in, bring us up to speed. [01:22:30.840 --> 01:22:34.840] We may not know probate, but we do know due process. [01:22:34.840 --> 01:22:35.840] Right. [01:22:35.840 --> 01:22:40.840] We do know how to go after these guys and get them by their throats. [01:22:40.840 --> 01:22:42.840] Yes, yes. [01:22:42.840 --> 01:22:51.840] Well, I did some research, and I found out this particular court, [01:22:51.840 --> 01:22:57.840] a number of families through history have lost everything. [01:22:57.840 --> 01:23:03.840] The attorneys, you know, they just get everything, [01:23:03.840 --> 01:23:06.840] and the families are left with nothing. [01:23:06.840 --> 01:23:09.840] Well, that's the way it's engineered intentionally. [01:23:09.840 --> 01:23:10.840] Right. [01:23:10.840 --> 01:23:12.840] They didn't have my permission. [01:23:12.840 --> 01:23:13.840] They started without me. [01:23:13.840 --> 01:23:14.840] I didn't exist. [01:23:14.840 --> 01:23:20.840] I had to make myself known. [01:23:20.840 --> 01:23:27.840] I'm the wife and owner, but, you know, [01:23:27.840 --> 01:23:32.840] they were ignoring me and paying attention to the brother. [01:23:32.840 --> 01:23:36.840] And, of course, he stole a lot of assets. [01:23:36.840 --> 01:23:42.840] And it's just really, really interesting, [01:23:42.840 --> 01:23:45.840] but I really can't discuss everything on the air. [01:23:45.840 --> 01:23:54.840] But it is a big case, and I'm trying to educate myself on this, [01:23:54.840 --> 01:24:01.840] and I found articles going way back about this judge. [01:24:01.840 --> 01:24:03.840] I mean, he's a crook. [01:24:03.840 --> 01:24:06.840] You know, they just, no one's going after him. [01:24:06.840 --> 01:24:12.840] What jurisdiction are you in? [01:24:12.840 --> 01:24:13.840] Houston. [01:24:13.840 --> 01:24:14.840] Oh, okay. [01:24:14.840 --> 01:24:17.840] What's the county? [01:24:17.840 --> 01:24:18.840] Okay. [01:24:18.840 --> 01:24:19.840] What's the judge's name? [01:24:19.840 --> 01:24:20.840] Judge Wood. [01:24:20.840 --> 01:24:22.840] Judge Wood. [01:24:22.840 --> 01:24:23.840] Good. [01:24:23.840 --> 01:24:30.840] We have a couple of people in Houston who are relatively knowledgeable. [01:24:30.840 --> 01:24:34.840] If you will email us, [01:24:34.840 --> 01:24:39.840] we will get you in touch with some of our contacts in Houston. [01:24:39.840 --> 01:24:40.840] Okay. [01:24:40.840 --> 01:24:45.840] And we may actually find someone who's up to speed on probate. [01:24:45.840 --> 01:24:46.840] Okay. [01:24:46.840 --> 01:24:51.840] But if these, you know, the thing about probate is [01:24:51.840 --> 01:24:56.840] people wind up in probate generally by surprise, [01:24:56.840 --> 01:25:01.840] and they tend not to wind up in probate often, [01:25:01.840 --> 01:25:05.840] so it tends to make them easy marks. [01:25:05.840 --> 01:25:08.840] What they need is someone who's not an easy mark. [01:25:08.840 --> 01:25:11.840] They may be able to change everything. [01:25:11.840 --> 01:25:14.840] If you can find where the judge has gotten careless, [01:25:14.840 --> 01:25:18.840] where the attorneys have gotten careless and go take them on. [01:25:18.840 --> 01:25:19.840] Oh, yep. [01:25:19.840 --> 01:25:26.840] In Houston, I think you have either four or five grand juries at any one given time. [01:25:26.840 --> 01:25:29.840] I want to, it's a lot of RICO involved. [01:25:29.840 --> 01:25:32.840] My husband was murdered. [01:25:32.840 --> 01:25:38.840] Well, we're talking megabucks here, okay? [01:25:38.840 --> 01:25:45.840] It's just, it's not one of these small cases. [01:25:45.840 --> 01:25:52.840] There's a mistress involved who just can't, who can't. [01:25:52.840 --> 01:25:54.840] I'm dealing with my husband's mistress. [01:25:54.840 --> 01:25:55.840] We may need to do this. [01:25:55.840 --> 01:25:59.840] She's coming to me for help, and you know, she's nothing but a liar. [01:25:59.840 --> 01:26:02.840] Anyway. [01:26:02.840 --> 01:26:04.840] We may need to do this off the air. [01:26:04.840 --> 01:26:08.840] You sound like you're stepping off into really deep water. [01:26:08.840 --> 01:26:13.840] There's a lot here, and I, you can't really discuss it on the air, [01:26:13.840 --> 01:26:17.840] and I have to divulge a number of things, [01:26:17.840 --> 01:26:21.840] but I just mailed in some affidavits today to be recorded. [01:26:21.840 --> 01:26:28.840] I hope they don't get rejected, but crap's going to start hitting the fan, you know. [01:26:28.840 --> 01:26:32.840] The crap and the oscillator, we can help you with. [01:26:32.840 --> 01:26:33.840] Yeah. [01:26:33.840 --> 01:26:35.840] Oh, I'm not afraid anymore. [01:26:35.840 --> 01:26:43.840] When it first started, I was sick, and I was jello, but I'm not, I'm not anymore. [01:26:43.840 --> 01:26:48.840] Okay, my, I'll email you, who do I, I'll email you and give you my? [01:26:48.840 --> 01:26:55.840] Yes, randy at ruleoflawradio.com or deborah at ruleoflawradio.com or. [01:26:55.840 --> 01:26:59.840] Yeah, email Randy because, folks, I am so slammed. [01:26:59.840 --> 01:27:02.840] I just really don't have time to give legal help off the air. [01:27:02.840 --> 01:27:04.840] I mean, I'll give legal help on the air, [01:27:04.840 --> 01:27:07.840] but I just really don't have time to do it off the air, so email Randy. [01:27:07.840 --> 01:27:08.840] Deborah. [01:27:08.840 --> 01:27:09.840] Excuse me. [01:27:09.840 --> 01:27:18.840] I've been listening to you about the, about the music rights and stuff like that, [01:27:18.840 --> 01:27:20.840] the music industry. [01:27:20.840 --> 01:27:30.840] Well, in my, we had a nightclub, so they were also suing him for, like, they play music, [01:27:30.840 --> 01:27:34.840] but they didn't, they're not selling it, and I need to, I need to educate myself. [01:27:34.840 --> 01:27:38.840] Who is suing, who is, what, performing? [01:27:38.840 --> 01:27:40.840] Wait a minute, who's suing who? [01:27:40.840 --> 01:27:45.840] Well, this has already happened, but at the time at Probate, and I wasn't, [01:27:45.840 --> 01:27:51.840] they had the administrator at Lydum, you know, temporary administrator or something, [01:27:51.840 --> 01:27:56.840] that just, they just paid people left and, oh, it's so. [01:27:56.840 --> 01:27:59.840] Well, wait a minute, who sued who? [01:27:59.840 --> 01:28:03.840] The music industry was suing my husband at the time of death. [01:28:03.840 --> 01:28:04.840] That's what I read. [01:28:04.840 --> 01:28:07.840] The music industry, what, the RIAA? [01:28:07.840 --> 01:28:12.840] There's, I don't have, I have to go through it. [01:28:12.840 --> 01:28:14.840] I have to go through tons and tons of papers. [01:28:14.840 --> 01:28:17.840] What, he was running a nightclub that was playing music? [01:28:17.840 --> 01:28:22.840] Yes, a nightclub, and he did not want to pay the license. [01:28:22.840 --> 01:28:29.840] Now, I don't, I don't know anything about this because I'll have to look into this a little bit more [01:28:29.840 --> 01:28:37.840] because I don't know, I don't know that it's, I don't know that a DJ or a club has to pay any licensing [01:28:37.840 --> 01:28:42.840] or royalties for playing music at a club because technically it's not a broadcast. [01:28:42.840 --> 01:28:44.840] Right, it's not broadcasting. [01:28:44.840 --> 01:28:49.840] So I need to, I was listening to you earlier and I, [01:28:49.840 --> 01:28:54.840] earlier way back in the show, you know, when you were discussing these topics, [01:28:54.840 --> 01:29:00.840] but I need to go back in and refresh and find the right question. [01:29:00.840 --> 01:29:06.840] And there's so many, so many things with this probate. [01:29:06.840 --> 01:29:09.840] I mean, there's hundreds of items I need to cover. [01:29:09.840 --> 01:29:13.840] And I'm combing through them and there's a lot of fraud involved. [01:29:13.840 --> 01:29:18.840] And there's, you know, there's a lot. [01:29:18.840 --> 01:29:23.840] So anyway, that's that question. [01:29:23.840 --> 01:29:27.840] And the next question is, how long can I fire bar grievances? [01:29:27.840 --> 01:29:31.840] Is there a time limit? [01:29:31.840 --> 01:29:33.840] Yeah, there is. [01:29:33.840 --> 01:29:36.840] Length it to a year or two years. [01:29:36.840 --> 01:29:39.840] Oh, wait, no, no, no, no, no, no, it's four years. [01:29:39.840 --> 01:29:40.840] We just got into that recently. [01:29:40.840 --> 01:29:42.840] Four years for bar grievance? [01:29:42.840 --> 01:29:43.840] Yes. [01:29:43.840 --> 01:29:44.840] Okay. [01:29:44.840 --> 01:29:46.840] Kay Magnuson just got into that. [01:29:46.840 --> 01:29:47.840] Okay, we're about to go to break. [01:29:47.840 --> 01:29:50.840] Did you have any other questions, Zoe? [01:29:50.840 --> 01:29:51.840] One more. [01:29:51.840 --> 01:29:52.840] Okay, so stay on the line. [01:29:52.840 --> 01:29:53.840] One more question. [01:29:53.840 --> 01:29:56.840] And then we've got other callers, Jim, Dan, and Carlos. [01:29:56.840 --> 01:29:59.840] We'll be right back, folks. [01:29:59.840 --> 01:30:02.840] Top ten reasons to question the official story of the Oklahoma City bombing. [01:30:02.840 --> 01:30:06.840] Number nine, the extra leg, former Oklahoma State medical examiner, [01:30:06.840 --> 01:30:10.840] Dr. Fred Jordan, had stated, we had eight people with amputated left legs [01:30:10.840 --> 01:30:12.840] and nine left legs to account for. [01:30:12.840 --> 01:30:14.840] Chief pathologist for Northern Ireland, T.K. Marshall, [01:30:14.840 --> 01:30:17.840] who performed over 2,500 autopsies in his time, stated, [01:30:17.840 --> 01:30:19.840] there's never been an unknown victim. [01:30:19.840 --> 01:30:22.840] This leg belonged to a perpetrator close enough to the bomb [01:30:22.840 --> 01:30:25.840] for his body to be damaged, leaving only a left leg behind. [01:30:25.840 --> 01:30:26.840] Who was this person? [01:30:26.840 --> 01:30:32.840] Please go to okcbombingtruth.com. [01:30:32.840 --> 01:30:35.840] Being overweight in Japan is illegal. [01:30:35.840 --> 01:30:38.840] Citizens with bloated waistlines are labeled metabo [01:30:38.840 --> 01:30:40.840] and must slim down to meet government mandates. [01:30:40.840 --> 01:30:42.840] Will the U.S. follow suit? [01:30:42.840 --> 01:30:43.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albert, [01:30:43.840 --> 01:30:46.840] and I'll be back to weigh in on this issue in just a moment. [01:30:46.840 --> 01:30:48.840] Privacy is under attack. [01:30:48.840 --> 01:30:51.840] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. [01:30:51.840 --> 01:30:53.840] And once your privacy is gone, [01:30:53.840 --> 01:30:56.840] you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too. [01:30:56.840 --> 01:30:59.840] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, [01:30:59.840 --> 01:31:01.840] and keep your information to yourself. [01:31:01.840 --> 01:31:04.840] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. [01:31:04.840 --> 01:31:07.840] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, [01:31:07.840 --> 01:31:11.840] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. [01:31:11.840 --> 01:31:15.840] Start over with Startpage. [01:31:15.840 --> 01:31:18.840] Japan's universal health care system is a budget buster. [01:31:18.840 --> 01:31:20.840] Overweight citizens raise costs, [01:31:20.840 --> 01:31:23.840] so the government wants to whittle waistlines. [01:31:23.840 --> 01:31:27.840] Men with weights over 33 inches and women with weights over 35 inches [01:31:27.840 --> 01:31:29.840] are illegally overweight. [01:31:29.840 --> 01:31:31.840] It doesn't matter how tall you are. [01:31:31.840 --> 01:31:34.840] Companies face heavy fines if employees don't slim down, [01:31:34.840 --> 01:31:37.840] so workers are pressured into weight loss programs. [01:31:37.840 --> 01:31:39.840] Here in the U.S., grocers stop and shop [01:31:39.840 --> 01:31:43.840] once considered sharing shopper card purchase data with HMOs, [01:31:43.840 --> 01:31:46.840] presumably to punish shoppers choosing bacon over bran. [01:31:46.840 --> 01:31:49.840] And with Obamacare, mandated measurements in food nannies [01:31:49.840 --> 01:31:53.840] could be just around the corner unless we say no to health surveillance today. [01:31:53.840 --> 01:31:55.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. [01:31:55.840 --> 01:32:20.840] For more information, visit CatherineAlbrecht.com. [01:32:25.840 --> 01:32:31.840] The wicked come with temptation [01:32:31.840 --> 01:32:36.840] They're trying to buy the whole place [01:32:36.840 --> 01:32:42.840] They want to poison the nation [01:32:42.840 --> 01:32:47.840] Because they're falling from grace [01:32:47.840 --> 01:32:53.840] I will not drink that cup [01:32:53.840 --> 01:32:58.840] I just can't act that way [01:32:58.840 --> 01:33:02.840] They got this problem of dreaming up [01:33:02.840 --> 01:33:05.840] Okay, folks, we are back. [01:33:05.840 --> 01:33:08.840] Okay, Zoe, I did a little research on the break [01:33:08.840 --> 01:33:10.840] and discussed the situation with Jerry, [01:33:10.840 --> 01:33:15.840] and I wasn't aware of this because when I came into the band, [01:33:15.840 --> 01:33:18.840] we only did pretty much strictly original music, [01:33:18.840 --> 01:33:21.840] but the answer is actually yes, [01:33:21.840 --> 01:33:26.840] even though it's not a broadcast like on an FM or AM station [01:33:26.840 --> 01:33:29.840] or an Internet radio station, [01:33:29.840 --> 01:33:36.840] clubs do have to pay BMI and ASCAP royalties for the DJ, [01:33:36.840 --> 01:33:38.840] for whatever songs that the DJ plays, [01:33:38.840 --> 01:33:40.840] because you're playing it in public. [01:33:40.840 --> 01:33:43.840] It's not technically a broadcast, [01:33:43.840 --> 01:33:46.840] but you are publicly playing the music. [01:33:46.840 --> 01:33:50.840] Now, if you are playing the CD in your own living room for a private party, [01:33:50.840 --> 01:33:52.840] no, you don't have to pay royalties, [01:33:52.840 --> 01:33:54.840] but it's called performing royalties. [01:33:54.840 --> 01:34:01.840] When you are playing someone else's recorded copyrighted music in public, [01:34:01.840 --> 01:34:04.840] i.e. in a club, you have to pay royalties, [01:34:04.840 --> 01:34:07.840] and not only that, it goes further than that. [01:34:07.840 --> 01:34:09.840] Bands that play cover songs, [01:34:09.840 --> 01:34:14.840] in other words, they play other people's material that they did not write, [01:34:14.840 --> 01:34:18.840] the club has to pay royalties to the songwriter, [01:34:18.840 --> 01:34:20.840] to BMI and ASCAP, [01:34:20.840 --> 01:34:24.840] and Jerry says that's why all the clubs would hire his band, [01:34:24.840 --> 01:34:27.840] because we play all original music, [01:34:27.840 --> 01:34:29.840] and I don't have to pay royalties. [01:34:29.840 --> 01:34:32.840] So yeah, you wouldn't win that case. [01:34:32.840 --> 01:34:33.840] Sorry. [01:34:33.840 --> 01:34:34.840] Okay. [01:34:34.840 --> 01:34:37.840] Well, I have to be familiar with it. [01:34:37.840 --> 01:34:40.840] So what was your next question, your last question? [01:34:40.840 --> 01:34:45.840] My next question was directed for Eddie, [01:34:45.840 --> 01:34:50.840] and my question is how can I get my money back [01:34:50.840 --> 01:34:57.840] when I was arrested and my chief was towed without my permission? [01:34:57.840 --> 01:34:59.840] Well, when you say get your money back, [01:34:59.840 --> 01:35:02.840] what money are we speaking of? [01:35:02.840 --> 01:35:06.840] When it was let out of jail, [01:35:06.840 --> 01:35:11.840] I had to go find my vehicle, [01:35:11.840 --> 01:35:17.840] and of course I had to pay to get it back from them. [01:35:17.840 --> 01:35:20.840] Then the only way you're going to get it back is to sue them. [01:35:20.840 --> 01:35:21.840] Okay, sue them. [01:35:21.840 --> 01:35:28.840] Okay. [01:35:28.840 --> 01:35:31.840] That's really the only recourse you have at this point. [01:35:31.840 --> 01:35:35.840] Is there a time limit on that? [01:35:35.840 --> 01:35:38.840] Well, I guess it depends on what you use as your grounds. [01:35:38.840 --> 01:35:42.840] Most things like that have a limit of two years. [01:35:42.840 --> 01:35:44.840] Yeah, it's been slightly over two years, [01:35:44.840 --> 01:35:54.840] but it's been one case after another. [01:35:54.840 --> 01:35:56.840] You may want to choose your battle, Zoe, [01:35:56.840 --> 01:36:00.840] like which ones are going to be the ones that are going to be the easiest [01:36:00.840 --> 01:36:02.840] for the most amount of money. [01:36:02.840 --> 01:36:07.840] I mean, trying to go after the tow truck company for the impounding fee and stuff, [01:36:07.840 --> 01:36:10.840] it may not be worth your time at this point. [01:36:10.840 --> 01:36:14.840] I mean, you could actually sue them and the police officers together [01:36:14.840 --> 01:36:15.840] for colluding to do it, [01:36:15.840 --> 01:36:21.840] but the problem is you'd be involving most likely the city and everybody else, [01:36:21.840 --> 01:36:28.840] and they're going to claim a two-year statute of limitations on that. [01:36:28.840 --> 01:36:29.840] Okay. [01:36:29.840 --> 01:36:31.840] Well, I sent you that particular case. [01:36:31.840 --> 01:36:35.840] I emailed it to you since you asked me to. [01:36:35.840 --> 01:36:38.840] Yes, ma'am, I've looked at it and everything, [01:36:38.840 --> 01:36:40.840] and I figured you'd be calling in sometime this week, [01:36:40.840 --> 01:36:42.840] but based upon the dates and everything on it, [01:36:42.840 --> 01:36:46.840] that's what I'm considering here is that going after them in that regard, [01:36:46.840 --> 01:36:48.840] you're not going to have much to go on. [01:36:48.840 --> 01:36:52.840] The criminal charges for stealing the car could get anybody to take them. [01:36:52.840 --> 01:36:54.840] That would still stand, [01:36:54.840 --> 01:36:59.840] because that would be a felony since the value of the car exceeded $1,500, [01:36:59.840 --> 01:37:01.840] I'm assuming. [01:37:01.840 --> 01:37:02.840] Yeah. [01:37:02.840 --> 01:37:04.840] So that would be the only way to do it, [01:37:04.840 --> 01:37:06.840] but again, that wouldn't be up to you. [01:37:06.840 --> 01:37:08.840] That would be up to a grand jury to indict, [01:37:08.840 --> 01:37:10.840] and then they would have to get prosecuted. [01:37:10.840 --> 01:37:11.840] Right. [01:37:11.840 --> 01:37:13.840] That wouldn't do anything back for you. [01:37:13.840 --> 01:37:14.840] Right. [01:37:14.840 --> 01:37:17.840] I didn't mention that they ripped the seats of my Jeep. [01:37:17.840 --> 01:37:23.840] They were looking for, I don't know what. [01:37:23.840 --> 01:37:24.840] Okay. [01:37:24.840 --> 01:37:26.840] Well, all right. [01:37:26.840 --> 01:37:29.840] I have other cases to pursue. [01:37:29.840 --> 01:37:30.840] All right. [01:37:30.840 --> 01:37:31.840] Thank you for calling, Zoe. [01:37:31.840 --> 01:37:32.840] All right. [01:37:32.840 --> 01:37:33.840] Thank you. [01:37:33.840 --> 01:37:34.840] Good night. [01:37:34.840 --> 01:37:35.840] Okay. [01:37:35.840 --> 01:37:37.840] We are going now to Jim in Texas. [01:37:37.840 --> 01:37:39.840] Jim, thank you for calling in. [01:37:39.840 --> 01:37:41.840] What is your question or comment for us tonight? [01:37:41.840 --> 01:37:44.840] I just had a real quick question. [01:37:44.840 --> 01:37:54.840] On Tuesday night for Eddie, is, do we need to preregister for that, or is it? [01:37:54.840 --> 01:37:58.840] No, you can just send me an email and let me know you're going to be there. [01:37:58.840 --> 01:38:00.840] I've got some material that I'm going to bring, [01:38:00.840 --> 01:38:03.840] but I'm going to try to put that up on a site to have everybody download [01:38:03.840 --> 01:38:05.840] and print out before they show up. [01:38:05.840 --> 01:38:07.840] Okay. [01:38:07.840 --> 01:38:08.840] All right. [01:38:08.840 --> 01:38:14.840] But if you'll send me an email, then I will make sure everything goes the way accordingly. [01:38:14.840 --> 01:38:15.840] All right. [01:38:15.840 --> 01:38:18.840] I just don't right now, my printer is on the glitch, [01:38:18.840 --> 01:38:22.840] so I don't have any way to go and get a bunch of copies of stuff printed out, [01:38:22.840 --> 01:38:25.840] so I figured it would be easier just to make a PDF and let everybody print that out themselves [01:38:25.840 --> 01:38:27.840] and bring it with them. [01:38:27.840 --> 01:38:28.840] Okay. [01:38:28.840 --> 01:38:30.840] Is that the rule of law or is? [01:38:30.840 --> 01:38:33.840] Yeah, you can just send it to Eddie at ruleoflawradio.com. [01:38:33.840 --> 01:38:34.840] Okay. [01:38:34.840 --> 01:38:35.840] That's what I wanted. [01:38:35.840 --> 01:38:37.840] I wanted to make sure that something got brought up, [01:38:37.840 --> 01:38:41.840] and the other caller wound up getting into it, [01:38:41.840 --> 01:38:46.840] to where you brought it up again tonight as far as the class, so. [01:38:46.840 --> 01:38:47.840] Yes, sir. [01:38:47.840 --> 01:38:49.840] I've got one more question. [01:38:49.840 --> 01:38:50.840] Okay. [01:38:50.840 --> 01:38:54.840] From the seminar, I know you've been working hard on a lot of different stuff. [01:38:54.840 --> 01:39:01.840] Have there been any, have you sent out any addendums to the seminar? [01:39:01.840 --> 01:39:03.840] Well, there have been two updates, [01:39:03.840 --> 01:39:10.840] and I have emailed both of those updates to everyone who has participated in the seminar [01:39:10.840 --> 01:39:11.840] and bought the seminar package. [01:39:11.840 --> 01:39:14.840] Actually, the second update included the first update, [01:39:14.840 --> 01:39:18.840] so those who bought recently would have gotten the one update. [01:39:18.840 --> 01:39:19.840] Okay. [01:39:19.840 --> 01:39:20.840] Well, I hadn't seen it. [01:39:20.840 --> 01:39:21.840] That was all I was wondering. [01:39:21.840 --> 01:39:25.840] Maybe my, I know I had trouble originally when I, [01:39:25.840 --> 01:39:28.840] I don't know if there was a problem with my email, but. [01:39:28.840 --> 01:39:32.840] Well, send me an email, and I'll make sure you get that. [01:39:32.840 --> 01:39:38.840] Now, there is, well, I guess the DVDs, I mean, I'm sorry, folks. [01:39:38.840 --> 01:39:40.840] I have just been so slammed. [01:39:40.840 --> 01:39:44.840] It would be a tremendous undertaking for me right now to set something up [01:39:44.840 --> 01:39:49.840] for people to be able to download that many gigs of information. [01:39:49.840 --> 01:39:56.840] So, again, if you want the two DVDs, which basically comprises mostly of research material, [01:39:56.840 --> 01:39:58.840] it's not a whole lot of new motions. [01:39:58.840 --> 01:40:02.840] The new motions and legal documents that Eddie has written [01:40:02.840 --> 01:40:05.840] and that Randy and I and Eddie have been working on, [01:40:05.840 --> 01:40:08.840] I sent that out already in the email. [01:40:08.840 --> 01:40:09.840] Okay, so you're not missing anything. [01:40:09.840 --> 01:40:14.840] But if you want the research material, which is on two DVDs, [01:40:14.840 --> 01:40:17.840] and one of them is a dual-layer DVD, [01:40:17.840 --> 01:40:23.840] then y'all need to PayPal me $7 for me to make those copies. [01:40:23.840 --> 01:40:26.840] Those dual-layer DVDs are pretty expensive, folks. [01:40:26.840 --> 01:40:30.840] And, you know, it really does cost me like five and a half, six bucks [01:40:30.840 --> 01:40:35.840] to copy those DVDs and mail them, even at first-class mail. [01:40:35.840 --> 01:40:37.840] You know, and I'm not even charging for my time here. [01:40:37.840 --> 01:40:43.840] So if you want the DVDs of Eddie's research material, send me $7 on PayPal [01:40:43.840 --> 01:40:45.840] or write me a check for $7, and I'll mail them to you. [01:40:45.840 --> 01:40:49.840] But right now, it still may be a while before I set that up for download. [01:40:49.840 --> 01:40:51.840] It's just too much information. [01:40:51.840 --> 01:40:54.840] Sure. Well, that's not a problem. [01:40:54.840 --> 01:40:56.840] And I wasn't complaining about anything. [01:40:56.840 --> 01:40:58.840] I was just curious if anything had gone out. [01:40:58.840 --> 01:41:01.840] I know Eddie has been working and you guys have been working on stuff. [01:41:01.840 --> 01:41:04.840] Well, send me another email, Jim, but I have sent... [01:41:04.840 --> 01:41:06.840] I've got the traffic seminar list. [01:41:06.840 --> 01:41:11.840] It's a distribution list in my email, and I have sent that out, the documents. [01:41:11.840 --> 01:41:18.840] Yes, I'll just...I mean, just to make sure...I know I did get all my information, [01:41:18.840 --> 01:41:21.840] you know, from the traffic seminar, [01:41:21.840 --> 01:41:27.840] but it may be an issue with my email or something. [01:41:27.840 --> 01:41:29.840] So I'll do some checking on it. [01:41:29.840 --> 01:41:30.840] Okay. All right. [01:41:30.840 --> 01:41:31.840] I'll let you go. Thanks. [01:41:31.840 --> 01:41:32.840] Okay. Thanks, Jim. [01:41:32.840 --> 01:41:34.840] That's a good work. Bye. [01:41:34.840 --> 01:41:38.840] All right. We are going now to Dan in Connecticut. [01:41:38.840 --> 01:41:40.840] Okay, Dan, thank you for calling in. [01:41:40.840 --> 01:41:42.840] What is on your mind tonight? [01:41:42.840 --> 01:41:45.840] My call screener says something about you have some interesting info [01:41:45.840 --> 01:41:48.840] on some voting equipment that you purchase. [01:41:48.840 --> 01:41:50.840] So tell us about this. [01:41:50.840 --> 01:41:52.840] Oh, it's Christmas season, Deborah. [01:41:52.840 --> 01:41:57.840] It's the time of year where we have to fill the stocking with stocking stuffers to explain, [01:41:57.840 --> 01:42:01.840] yes, I love you, I care about you, and you mean so much. [01:42:01.840 --> 01:42:06.840] And there are just certain items that you could go on to LHSAssociates.com to purchase [01:42:06.840 --> 01:42:09.840] in order to express your affection for somebody else. [01:42:09.840 --> 01:42:15.840] Now, LHSAssociates is the company that provides Connecticut with its voting machine. [01:42:15.840 --> 01:42:21.840] And I managed to knock out all of my stocking stuffers for the grand total of $14.80. [01:42:21.840 --> 01:42:25.840] You wonder what I purchased? [01:42:25.840 --> 01:42:27.840] A voting machine? [01:42:27.840 --> 01:42:29.840] Better. Okay. [01:42:29.840 --> 01:42:34.840] For the grand total of $1, that was item number E80-07, [01:42:34.840 --> 01:42:37.840] I purchased a AccuVoter EnderCard. [01:42:37.840 --> 01:42:42.840] What the EnderCard does is it stops the machine from counting the votes. [01:42:42.840 --> 01:42:46.840] I mean, and this is especially helpful if you have a family member [01:42:46.840 --> 01:42:50.840] that wants to stop a machine from counting votes if you're losing the election, [01:42:50.840 --> 01:42:53.840] like, really horribly right now. [01:42:53.840 --> 01:42:55.840] That was only a dollar. [01:42:55.840 --> 01:42:57.840] And they processed the order. [01:42:57.840 --> 01:43:03.840] I also, for the grand total of $12.95, I purchased a provisional ballot bag. [01:43:03.840 --> 01:43:07.840] It's actually bright orange, and the really cool thing about it is [01:43:07.840 --> 01:43:13.840] that the shade of the bright orange actually matches prison jumpsuits. [01:43:13.840 --> 01:43:15.840] So this was really nice. [01:43:15.840 --> 01:43:19.840] I was actually running over this list with Beth Harris on another program [01:43:19.840 --> 01:43:21.840] that's actually broadcast out of Connecticut. [01:43:21.840 --> 01:43:25.840] She thought this was absolutely hysterical. [01:43:25.840 --> 01:43:31.840] If you actually want to purchase the seals for the voting memory machine cards, [01:43:31.840 --> 01:43:33.840] those are only $0.25 apiece. [01:43:33.840 --> 01:43:37.840] I was also able to purchase a pull-pipe seal, [01:43:37.840 --> 01:43:40.840] and I was also able to purchase a wire-twist seal. [01:43:40.840 --> 01:43:44.840] The first two seals were $0.25 apiece, and the last was $0.35 apiece. [01:43:44.840 --> 01:43:47.840] Okay, wait, hang on the line, Dan. We're going to break. [01:43:47.840 --> 01:43:50.840] All right, we'll find out more about that on the other side. [01:43:50.840 --> 01:43:52.840] After Dan, we've got Mark in Michigan. [01:43:52.840 --> 01:43:54.840] After that, we've got open phone lines, folks. [01:43:54.840 --> 01:44:01.840] Call in 512-646-1984. [01:44:36.840 --> 01:44:40.840] Plus, chintrician tastes great in just water. [01:44:40.840 --> 01:44:46.840] This powder supplement is everything you'd want in a product, and it's all natural. [01:46:27.840 --> 01:46:37.840] All right. [01:46:37.840 --> 01:46:40.840] Hear the words of the Three Shoes Posse. [01:46:40.840 --> 01:46:45.840] As we sew, so shall we reap. [01:46:45.840 --> 01:46:49.840] Okay, we are speaking with Dan in Connecticut talking about these voting machines. [01:46:49.840 --> 01:46:51.840] Okay, Dan, please continue. [01:46:51.840 --> 01:46:55.840] Well, I mean, it's amazing the assortment of things you can actually purchase [01:46:55.840 --> 01:46:57.840] directly from the voting machine companies. [01:46:57.840 --> 01:47:00.840] They also sell the pens used to mark the ballots. [01:47:00.840 --> 01:47:04.840] You know, they sell a bunch of other equipment. [01:47:04.840 --> 01:47:08.840] One bag is labeled elections equipment, and you can buy it directly from them. [01:47:08.840 --> 01:47:10.840] You can buy the boots. [01:47:10.840 --> 01:47:13.840] You can buy tape, you know, that says this is a polling place. [01:47:13.840 --> 01:47:19.840] But yeah, you can pretty much purchase anything except for the machines themselves. [01:47:19.840 --> 01:47:24.840] But the seals, I mean, those things are so cheap, and you can purchase those in bulk. [01:47:24.840 --> 01:47:32.840] One thing they do offer is a sticker that basically says elections official below it. [01:47:32.840 --> 01:47:37.840] All you need to do is write your name and magic marker, slap that thing on your shirt, [01:47:37.840 --> 01:47:40.840] and you're magically an elections official. [01:47:40.840 --> 01:47:44.840] And this is the stuff they order, you know, for Connecticut and a lot of other states [01:47:44.840 --> 01:47:52.840] that purchase stuff from LHS Associates. [01:47:52.840 --> 01:48:00.840] Okay, you mentioned something you purchased, the first thing you mentioned. [01:48:00.840 --> 01:48:05.840] Something, can you go back to where you started? [01:48:05.840 --> 01:48:06.840] Oh, sure. [01:48:06.840 --> 01:48:11.840] The first thing I made a point of throwing into my shopping cart was a card [01:48:11.840 --> 01:48:16.840] that if you put it into the machine, it stops the machine from counting ballots. [01:48:16.840 --> 01:48:23.840] Now, is that just the machine you plug it into, or is that the server that services that machine? [01:48:23.840 --> 01:48:25.840] Oh, no, it's a piece of paper. [01:48:25.840 --> 01:48:30.840] Once you throw it in the machine, the machine just stops counting. [01:48:30.840 --> 01:48:35.840] So when you pull it out, does it, I'm not sure I understand how that works. [01:48:35.840 --> 01:48:41.840] I got the impression it stopped the precinct from counting votes. [01:48:41.840 --> 01:48:44.840] Yeah, it's basically a paper card with a barcode on it. [01:48:44.840 --> 01:48:48.840] That's all it is, and it's the end card. [01:48:48.840 --> 01:48:51.840] It's the end card, it signals the end of the counting? [01:48:51.840 --> 01:48:52.840] Yes, it is. [01:48:52.840 --> 01:48:59.840] So anybody who has that card could just stick it in there and stop the counting at any point in time, [01:48:59.840 --> 01:49:04.840] and it won't resume because that tells the computer to stop, and that's all there is to it. [01:49:04.840 --> 01:49:07.840] Yep, you'd have to restart the whole thing all over again. [01:49:07.840 --> 01:49:09.840] And you got one of these cards? [01:49:09.840 --> 01:49:12.840] Yeah, I actually placed the order for one of these cards just tonight. [01:49:12.840 --> 01:49:15.840] Okay, so anybody can get one of these cards? [01:49:15.840 --> 01:49:16.840] Anybody can get one of these cards. [01:49:16.840 --> 01:49:18.840] This is a joke, folks. This is a joke. [01:49:18.840 --> 01:49:25.840] Yep, go to LHSAssociates.com and place your order today. [01:49:25.840 --> 01:49:30.840] I figured it would be great stocking stuffers for the Connecticut Court. [01:49:30.840 --> 01:49:33.840] That's what I was thinking. [01:49:33.840 --> 01:49:35.840] Lord have mercy. [01:49:35.840 --> 01:49:40.840] Yeah, Bev Harris was immensely entertained by this. [01:49:40.840 --> 01:49:42.840] I'll bet. [01:49:42.840 --> 01:49:45.840] Okay, who is Bev Harris? [01:49:45.840 --> 01:49:47.840] Bev Harris from Black Box Voting. [01:49:47.840 --> 01:49:52.840] She's the one that started uncovering the voting fraud to begin with. [01:49:52.840 --> 01:50:02.840] She's been on the state highways chasing down these fraudulent rogue voting of private entity officials. [01:50:02.840 --> 01:50:06.840] They're not even government agents that were stealing the paper ballots, [01:50:06.840 --> 01:50:13.840] and she was involved in these massive chases going 110 miles an hour down the highway, [01:50:13.840 --> 01:50:18.840] chasing after these corporate officials that had stolen the paper ballots [01:50:18.840 --> 01:50:23.840] with the sheriffs and the cops following behind her, following behind all of them. [01:50:23.840 --> 01:50:26.840] This was about a year ago. [01:50:26.840 --> 01:50:31.840] I mean, there's nobody more committed to the voting fraud issue than Bev Harris [01:50:31.840 --> 01:50:36.840] and Vicki Karp and Karen Renick, of course. [01:50:36.840 --> 01:50:39.840] I mean, it's crazy. [01:50:39.840 --> 01:50:41.840] Yeah, you've got to check this stuff out. [01:50:41.840 --> 01:50:45.840] I mean, you can order what's called the Vote Vault. [01:50:45.840 --> 01:50:50.840] That's only for like $1,100, but I figured what you could do with the Vote Vault [01:50:50.840 --> 01:50:52.840] is you could fill the one you buy with candy, [01:50:52.840 --> 01:50:55.840] and you could wheel off the one with the ballots in it, and no one will know the difference. [01:50:55.840 --> 01:50:57.840] With candy. [01:50:57.840 --> 01:50:59.840] With candy, it's a delicious treat. [01:50:59.840 --> 01:51:03.840] You get pleasantly distracted while you drive along the highways of New Hampshire [01:51:03.840 --> 01:51:04.840] with the actual votes. [01:51:04.840 --> 01:51:06.840] Oh, boy. [01:51:06.840 --> 01:51:11.840] But yeah, I must say, the orange tote bag labeled provisional ballots, [01:51:11.840 --> 01:51:18.840] I think it would match our Secretary of State's outfit and say like maybe a year or so. [01:51:18.840 --> 01:51:21.840] I mean, I'll make a confession here. [01:51:21.840 --> 01:51:24.840] I think our Secretary of State, I mean, granted she's an older woman, [01:51:24.840 --> 01:51:26.840] but she looked pretty nice in bright orange. [01:51:26.840 --> 01:51:28.840] Are you talking about blue and orange? [01:51:28.840 --> 01:51:30.840] No, I'm just talking about bright orange. [01:51:30.840 --> 01:51:37.840] Oh, just bright orange with the inmate printed across the back. [01:51:37.840 --> 01:51:38.840] Oh, that would be hot. [01:51:38.840 --> 01:51:40.840] I'd love to see it. [01:51:40.840 --> 01:51:41.840] I have to make the confession here. [01:51:41.840 --> 01:51:44.840] Even as a married man, I'd love to see that. [01:51:44.840 --> 01:51:47.840] Hey, Dan, how is your Supreme Court case going, by the way? [01:51:47.840 --> 01:51:51.840] Well, their argument pretty much hinged on the fact that it was too late [01:51:51.840 --> 01:51:56.840] to change the voting machines by the time we had the hearings scheduled. [01:51:56.840 --> 01:51:59.840] It's not too late to disqualify the vote. [01:51:59.840 --> 01:52:02.840] Oh, and that's part of what this order is going to do. [01:52:02.840 --> 01:52:06.840] Like I said, it was stocking stuffers for the Supreme Court of Connecticut. [01:52:06.840 --> 01:52:10.840] I love it. [01:52:10.840 --> 01:52:11.840] Hi, Dan. [01:52:11.840 --> 01:52:17.840] So how did your libertarian candidates do in the election? [01:52:17.840 --> 01:52:21.840] Well, the write-in votes, they had a problem counting them. [01:52:21.840 --> 01:52:23.840] We had affidavits coming in to the effect of, [01:52:23.840 --> 01:52:26.840] yeah, I voted you, but the towns never counted it. [01:52:26.840 --> 01:52:30.840] And so the Secretary of State's office is scrambling like mad to try to find them, [01:52:30.840 --> 01:52:32.840] which is good. [01:52:32.840 --> 01:52:35.840] I was actually able to get in touch with a guy from Princeton University [01:52:35.840 --> 01:52:41.840] who hacked the voting machine and actually testified on how he did it. [01:52:41.840 --> 01:52:46.840] And basically his advice was one or two things happened in Connecticut. [01:52:46.840 --> 01:52:50.840] One is that the software was flawed, which is most likely. [01:52:50.840 --> 01:52:55.840] Two, what happens in Connecticut is that there's a mechanical lever [01:52:55.840 --> 01:53:01.840] that kicks the ballots that have the write-in bubbles filled into a different slot to be counted. [01:53:01.840 --> 01:53:07.840] If the software worked, then basically what would have gone on is the software issued the command. [01:53:07.840 --> 01:53:09.840] It's just the mechanical lever didn't move. [01:53:09.840 --> 01:53:15.840] But we've seen this around the state with practically every write-in candidate. [01:53:15.840 --> 01:53:21.840] So basically what we have is a situation which, at least for the write-ins, [01:53:21.840 --> 01:53:26.840] that justifies a complete recount for all offices the write-in was involved with. [01:53:26.840 --> 01:53:30.840] On top of that, we had a situation in Bridgeport, Connecticut, [01:53:30.840 --> 01:53:36.840] which I believe Bev Harris is coming up for December, where they ran out of ballots. [01:53:36.840 --> 01:53:41.840] So what they did is the judge issued an order keeping the polls open for two hours. [01:53:41.840 --> 01:53:45.840] And on top of that, instead of having regular ballots printed [01:53:45.840 --> 01:53:50.840] and having everybody wait around to fill them out, they simply photocopied ballots. [01:53:50.840 --> 01:53:53.840] Now I forget the statute at hand, but I did read it, [01:53:53.840 --> 01:53:58.840] and the statute says that all the ballots have to be of a uniform paperweight. [01:53:58.840 --> 01:54:01.840] Now that's not going to be true with the photocopies. [01:54:01.840 --> 01:54:09.840] So what we do have in fact is, yes, a complete recipe for an entirely new election, I should say, [01:54:09.840 --> 01:54:15.840] or a complete recount. [01:54:15.840 --> 01:54:19.840] Okay. An entirely new erection of what? [01:54:19.840 --> 01:54:20.840] Election. [01:54:20.840 --> 01:54:22.840] Oh, election. [01:54:22.840 --> 01:54:24.840] Yes, yes. [01:54:24.840 --> 01:54:27.840] So you think you might have a chance of getting that? [01:54:27.840 --> 01:54:31.840] Your Supreme Court issue may have a chance of getting that, do you think? [01:54:31.840 --> 01:54:34.840] Yes. As a matter of fact, since I'm a candidate for Congress, [01:54:34.840 --> 01:54:40.840] I can once again file a suit under 9-323 of the Connecticut Journal of Statutes. [01:54:40.840 --> 01:54:50.840] So I get to go directly there, and it gets to be directly high profile all over again. [01:54:50.840 --> 01:54:58.840] So what do you think your chances are of a, if not an equitable outcome, [01:54:58.840 --> 01:55:01.840] at least a very high profile outcome? [01:55:01.840 --> 01:55:06.840] High profile, the chances are very good for that. [01:55:06.840 --> 01:55:11.840] You know, because we were already there, and basically it was predicated, you know, [01:55:11.840 --> 01:55:14.840] the decision rested on the fact that it was too late to change the machines, [01:55:14.840 --> 01:55:20.840] but we also stand a good chance, I think, of getting rid of the optical scanning machines [01:55:20.840 --> 01:55:26.840] and going back to like a manual paper system. [01:55:26.840 --> 01:55:30.840] Well, that's what Vicki and Karen and I have always recommended, [01:55:30.840 --> 01:55:37.840] because the problem with the optical scanner machines is that it's still electronically counted. [01:55:37.840 --> 01:55:39.840] The ballots are still electronically counted. [01:55:39.840 --> 01:55:44.840] So what the heck? You may as well use a touch screen. It's no different. [01:55:44.840 --> 01:55:48.840] And you can say, oh, but there's still paper for a recount. [01:55:48.840 --> 01:55:53.840] No, that doesn't apply, because what happens is the chain of custody is lost, [01:55:53.840 --> 01:55:58.840] because the ballot boxes are taken up from the precincts and moved somewhere. [01:55:58.840 --> 01:56:02.840] Anything could happen to the ballots once they're removed from the precinct. [01:56:02.840 --> 01:56:08.840] The only way that hand counting of paper ballots works is that it's done on election night, [01:56:08.840 --> 01:56:12.840] and it's done at the precincts where the votes are cast. [01:56:12.840 --> 01:56:19.840] Once the election is over and all the ballot boxes have been moved somewhere, then it's over. [01:56:19.840 --> 01:56:23.840] You've lost the chain of custody. There's no such thing as a recount anymore. [01:56:23.840 --> 01:56:28.840] You have to count the pieces of paper at the precincts by hand on election night. [01:56:28.840 --> 01:56:31.840] It's the only way to do it. [01:56:31.840 --> 01:56:35.840] Yeah, I think we stand a pretty good chance to make that happen. [01:56:35.840 --> 01:56:45.840] On top of that, I was amazed at the number of high-profile lawyers they managed to screw over with us. [01:56:45.840 --> 01:56:52.840] One of the writing candidates actually was a lawyer with the Army. [01:56:52.840 --> 01:56:54.840] He was the JAG lawyer. [01:56:54.840 --> 01:57:00.840] The other candidate that was a lawyer was one of the attorney general ones. [01:57:00.840 --> 01:57:06.840] We're hoping to get that one in, and basically on top of that, [01:57:06.840 --> 01:57:12.840] we're hoping to look through and find all the different anomalies [01:57:12.840 --> 01:57:17.840] and hopefully at the same time litigate all of them. [01:57:17.840 --> 01:57:21.840] I sure wish you luck. [01:57:21.840 --> 01:57:26.840] Yeah, we got pretty far from what we did last time, [01:57:26.840 --> 01:57:30.840] but at least the good thing last time when we did go to court, [01:57:30.840 --> 01:57:32.840] they didn't dispute the fake voter that we found. [01:57:32.840 --> 01:57:35.840] They didn't dispute any of the voter database issues. [01:57:35.840 --> 01:57:40.840] So all of that ended up on the court record. [01:57:40.840 --> 01:57:44.840] How can you use that to your advantage? [01:57:44.840 --> 01:57:49.840] Well, basically I'm also preparing a criminal complaint against the Secretary of State right now, [01:57:49.840 --> 01:57:52.840] and I'm probably going to take that to a federal venue. [01:57:52.840 --> 01:57:56.840] Wonderful. [01:57:56.840 --> 01:58:01.840] Oh, on top of that, that motor vehicle thing that I called in a few weeks ago about, [01:58:01.840 --> 01:58:03.840] they did respond to that. [01:58:03.840 --> 01:58:10.840] I did file a discovery request based on the Brady motion from hell, modified for Connecticut. [01:58:10.840 --> 01:58:15.840] The first set of answers that they gave as far as all the records they had in the case, [01:58:15.840 --> 01:58:19.840] they just sent me back a copy of everything that I sent in. [01:58:19.840 --> 01:58:24.840] The second time, actually more like the fourth time that I requested it, [01:58:24.840 --> 01:58:29.840] they sent back a copy of a computer printout, or actually several of them, [01:58:29.840 --> 01:58:31.840] and they only had to do with one vehicle. [01:58:31.840 --> 01:58:34.840] So we go for a hearing with that on the 18th. [01:58:34.840 --> 01:58:36.840] All right, good for you, Dan. [01:58:36.840 --> 01:58:39.840] But yeah, I'll let you guys go and keep up the good work, [01:58:39.840 --> 01:58:42.840] but I figured you might want to know where to do your Christmas shopping. [01:58:42.840 --> 01:58:45.840] That sounds good. Thanks, Dan. We appreciate that. [01:58:45.840 --> 01:58:49.840] Okay, we'll be back on the other side, the top of the hour break.
