[09:49.640 --> 10:06.640]  I like the size of the original book. I only had two months to get it written. I wrote it very sloppily. I wasn't able to finish everything on time. It didn't have all the dots connected it needed to have. It didn't address a lot of things that the new one is going to.
[10:06.640 --> 10:34.640]  One of the things the new material is going to do in content is besides showing you how all the dots are actually connected, it's going to show you how specific court opinions that are the precedent-setting opinions on the things that are in the statutes are inherently incorrect because they are not taking the law and its totality into consideration.
[10:34.640 --> 11:01.640]  They are cherry picking the sections they use to rebut the challenge that's being made to how they're applying it. They're very disingenuous in the way they do this. I have had no choice but to come to the conclusion that the lawyers, the bar associations are all using the courts to establish control over everything in a way that makes it
[11:01.640 --> 11:18.640]  impossible to get justice and actual remedy. Their goal is no longer to provide the people with justice. Their goal is to justify what they're doing to the people in the name of revenue and control.
[11:18.640 --> 11:36.640]  Now, I know that doesn't sound like anything new, but the fact of the matter is the more you dig into the stuff that I'm reading and the more you look at the opinions and see how they're written, the more obvious it becomes that they don't care about the truth and they don't care about the law.
[11:36.640 --> 11:50.640]  They only care about maintaining the status quo, and the status quo will be whatever they dictate it to be regardless of what the law and the constitutions and justice demand.
[11:50.640 --> 12:09.640]  And that, folks, is something we need to get together on and change. We have one group of people, a very elitist minded group of people that control an entire branch of our government in, I mean, in every way that matters.
[12:09.640 --> 12:23.640]  And then that same group of people is in control of the other branches of government in all of the major positions of power. We no longer have a government of the people by the people for the people.
[12:23.640 --> 12:35.640]  We have a government by oligarchy and elitism, not by the rule of law and not by the will of the people.
[12:35.640 --> 12:53.640]  If we do not wake up and put a stop to this, this is going to result in another civil war. It's not going to have a choice because either they're going to come for us or we're going to have to come for them.
[12:53.640 --> 13:03.640]  Because they are putting us in a position where give us your liberties and your freedoms and your rights or we're going to take them.
[13:03.640 --> 13:24.640]  And at that point, the fight's on. Now, some people aren't going to fight. Granted, some people are. And then they will be vilified in the mainstream controlled media that the government pumps its information through to make us all think it's doing the job it's designed to do when it actually isn't.
[13:24.640 --> 13:49.640]  So all the propaganda on this stuff that's going on in Washington DC about white supremacy and racism and all that, these are the chess pieces they're putting into place to make it where they can say anything they want about any one they want to justify what they do to them one at a time.
[13:49.640 --> 14:05.640]  Until they feel confident that they can take us all on and accomplish their goal, which is completely controlling everything about us and making us submit to their will. That's it.
[14:05.640 --> 14:29.640]  This is by design, folks. This is not by accident. And all you have to do is read court opinions, read the actual stories that are being put out there and then look at the actual facts as they exist in relation to those stories and find out that the two don't match up most of the time.
[14:29.640 --> 14:53.640]  And that the stuff we're being told about justice and law and everything else doesn't matter because they're not following it. They expect us to tell whatever line they lay, but then they always find a way to read and interpret the law to give them the flexibility to make it work however they want in any given instance.
[14:53.640 --> 15:06.640]  One guy gets the diss sentence for defending himself against a cop with a gun and the cop gets away with murder. See how that works?
[15:06.640 --> 15:17.640]  The cops act illegally. You can't sue them. The government employee acts illegally. You can't sue them and win unless you can overcome qualified immunity.
[15:17.640 --> 15:42.640]  Yes, there are cases where that is happening, but they are not nearly the same number as the cases that should be happening because this is going on across this country by literally the thousands of times a day that this is occurring.
[15:42.640 --> 15:59.640]  And you're only hearing about a small handful of select ones that they couldn't control the narrative on because there was someone outside of their control that got their hands on the information and made it public before they could prevent it.
[15:59.640 --> 16:09.640]  But the ones that they control the narrative on, you don't hear anything about unless they want you to.
[16:09.640 --> 16:22.640]  This is all by design. And if you don't wake up and understand how that is, we're doomed.
[16:22.640 --> 16:32.640]  Not this show, not one man, not a handful of people are going to be the ones that change it. It's going to take a lot more of us than that.

[21:15.640 --> 21:20.640]  and the American form of government and replace it with the communist socialist BS
[21:20.640 --> 21:25.640]  that you are being subjected to each and every day for the last few decades
[21:25.640 --> 21:31.640]  that has steadily increased to the point of the current police state.
[21:31.640 --> 21:37.640]  And it is by far not as far progressed as what they intend for it to be.
[21:37.640 --> 21:44.640]  They intend for it to be a whole lot worse than this.
[21:44.640 --> 21:54.640]  They intend to turn this into 1930s or 40s Poland and Russia if they get their chance.
[21:54.640 --> 22:01.640]  And if we sit by and do nothing, they will achieve it.
[22:01.640 --> 22:11.640]  If we do not start holding accountable those that we put in power, they are going to destroy us.
[22:11.640 --> 22:15.640]  And we will have let them.
[22:15.640 --> 22:22.640]  We will have failed ourselves and our posterity
[22:22.640 --> 22:32.640]  by not doing what was designed into our founding documents to do, which was to act like a knowledgeable,
[22:32.640 --> 22:40.640]  caring people that deserve the kind of government that would serve and not control.
[22:40.640 --> 22:49.640]  And we have gotten exactly the opposite through apathy, laziness, ignorance,
[22:49.640 --> 22:54.640]  personality, whatever you want to call it and however you want to label it.
[22:54.640 --> 22:59.640]  The problem is and always has been us.
[22:59.640 --> 23:02.640]  Because we have not put our foot down as a people.
[23:02.640 --> 23:06.640]  We have not taken our representatives to the woodshed as a people.
[23:06.640 --> 23:15.640]  And we have not made sure that they couldn't come back from behind the woodshed as a people.
[23:15.640 --> 23:19.640]  It was a time when we would have tarred and feathered these people and run them out of town on a rail
[23:19.640 --> 23:25.640]  and made sure they couldn't show their face in another town for a long, long time, if ever.
[23:25.640 --> 23:36.640]  Now, they just keep right on going as if there's no repercussions for the things they do.
[23:36.640 --> 23:40.640]  Absolutely none.
[23:40.640 --> 23:50.640]  We have a current criminal in chief that makes Richard Nixon look like a blessed archangel.
[23:50.640 --> 23:57.640]  And yet he's still sitting in the Oval Office as if nothing matters and nothing's wrong has been done.
[23:57.640 --> 24:01.640]  Why?
[24:01.640 --> 24:04.640]  Why?
[24:04.640 --> 24:13.640]  How can we be this stupid?
[24:13.640 --> 24:22.640]  We shake our heads, hang our heads, burn our backs and think, what can I do about it?

[24:25.640 --> 24:34.640]  That's been the attitude in the majority of those living in the times of the past.
[24:34.640 --> 24:43.640]  You've been seen as an archangel. You've decreed it as an archangel. You've sent an army as an archangel.
[24:43.640 --> 24:50.640]  You've got people in town yelling about what they're doing and why it's a bad thing, but there ain't nothing I can do.
[24:50.640 --> 24:57.640]  Where would we be if that had been the attitude? Time and time again.
[24:57.640 --> 25:03.640]  Where would we be if that had been the attitude when we went to war to stop Hitler?
[25:03.640 --> 25:10.640]  Wasn't our war, but we did have a common sense to realize that it eventually would be.
[25:10.640 --> 25:17.640]  If we didn't do something right then, it would be.
[25:17.640 --> 25:24.640]  That's a problem, folks. Always has been a problem.
[25:24.640 --> 25:33.640]  And if you think that the people that are trying to get that control are not utterly corrupt and incompetent about how they will use it, think again.
[25:33.640 --> 25:38.640]  At least as far as the puppet side of the ones in control go.
[25:38.640 --> 25:47.640]  The useful idiots. Without them, the ones pulling the strings have nothing to manipulate.
[25:47.640 --> 25:59.640]  You get that? The true power behind the scenes has no power without its puppets and a way to control those puppets.
[25:59.640 --> 26:17.640]  We cut the strings, we take away the puppets, and we live as a people should, free, unencumbered, and we do not answer to anyone except those who we harm.
[26:17.640 --> 26:26.640]  And we do not allow any power on the face of this earth to ever change that again.
[26:26.640 --> 26:35.640]  I'm pretty sure the founding fathers thought that's what they had done when they gave us the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States.
[26:35.640 --> 26:44.640]  But they knew it wouldn't last, despite having given it to us, if it was not for the people.
[26:44.640 --> 26:59.640]  And our first and biggest mistake was letting those that were created by the Constitution be the ones claiming the only authority allowed to interpret it.

[27:05.640 --> 27:17.640]  You don't make rules for your household and let the children, the ones that the rules are supposed to govern, be the ones that determine what the rules actually mean and how they apply.
[27:17.640 --> 27:25.640]  You wouldn't do that, not if you're going to be a good parent, not if the rules are going to mean anything.
[27:25.640 --> 27:33.640]  And yet, that's what our children, as government, have actually done.
[27:33.640 --> 27:41.640]  They seized for themselves the authority to declare what the rules are and what they mean.
[27:41.640 --> 27:46.640]  Thus giving themselves power and authority they were never intended to have.
[27:46.640 --> 27:50.640]  That's where we got the doctrine of qualified immunity.
[27:50.640 --> 27:52.640]  That's where we got the doctrine of standing.
[27:52.640 --> 28:07.640]  That's where we got the doctrine of so many court created limitations upon the rights of the people for the sole purpose of increasing the power of the government over us as a people.
[28:07.640 --> 28:13.640]  This didn't stop because of the Declaration of Independence or because of the Constitution.
[28:13.640 --> 28:17.640]  It was never going to stop because of those documents.
[28:17.640 --> 28:28.640]  It was only going to be stopped by people willing to enforce those documents by any means necessary.
[28:28.640 --> 28:37.640]  That's why both the state and federal constitutions say that we have the right to abolish our government whenever it no longer serves our needs.
[28:37.640 --> 28:42.640]  And we can abolish it by any means we deem necessary.
[28:42.640 --> 29:01.640]  That's why it is ludicrous that there is a federal law that says we cannot take up arms against our government when our government is not applying the Constitution properly and not following it properly.
[29:01.640 --> 29:12.640]  They can't make a federal law like that because that federal law directly violates the entire purpose the Constitution created for the people to keep and bear arms.
[29:12.640 --> 29:25.640]  Which was to fight against the totalitarian tyrannical government.
[29:25.640 --> 29:39.640]  Now in my class that I do on Thursday nights we talk about and for some reason I'm not trying to harp on any of my students in any bad way or anything.

[01:07:58.640 --> 01:08:12.640]  Why must we put our hand on the Bible or whatever other book and swear to tell the whole, tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?
[01:08:12.640 --> 01:08:29.640]  And then we are not allowed to answer questions or make factually relevant statements from that witness chair, despite having had to take an oath to tell the whole truth.
[01:08:29.640 --> 01:08:38.640]  Not just the part they want introduced into evidence, not just the part that makes or breaks their case, but the whole truth.
[01:08:38.640 --> 01:08:41.640]  We're never allowed to do that.
[01:08:41.640 --> 01:08:43.640]  That's the surefire sign.
[01:08:43.640 --> 01:08:45.640]  The system is rigged, folks.

[01:08:53.640 --> 01:09:10.640]  When you go into court and you take the stand in your own defense, and then they say you can't ask that question, you can't make that statement, you can't do this, you can't do that, they are blocking you from telling the whole truth.

[01:09:59.640 --> 01:10:16.640]  This once again goes back to the issue of having one oligarchical group of people in absolute control of an entire branch of our government and all of the important positions in all of the other branches of our government.
[01:10:16.640 --> 01:10:31.640]  They own the governor's seat, they own the secretary of state's seat, they own the attorney general's seat, they own the entire judicial branch seats, every court, every judge, every prosecutor.

[01:10:35.640 --> 01:10:39.640]  They own the majority of the seats in the legislature.

[01:10:43.640 --> 01:11:03.640]  They write rules that let them get around the Constitution while they are acting as legislators, all in an effort to legitimize their unlawful, unconstitutional acts and actions against the people of Texas and the other states.
[01:11:03.640 --> 01:11:13.640]  So I'm going to ask again, when will it be enough for us to do something about it?
[01:11:13.640 --> 01:11:32.640]  What will be the straw that breaks the camel's back, the line in the sand that they cannot be allowed to cross, the chip on our shoulder we dare on the knockoff, what is that finally going to be?

[01:11:38.640 --> 01:11:51.640]  We have become a nation of sheep that our founding fathers would be absolutely ashamed of calling their countrymen.

[01:29:02.720 --> 01:29:15.720]  and the rewording of these statutes to bury the obvious and make it very hard to extricate and make visible to someone that doesn't understand the thread they're looking at in the first place
[01:29:15.720 --> 01:29:24.720]  Okay, it's one thing to look at a song beautifully designed suit and go that's a very nice suit and I would like to wear it
[01:29:24.720 --> 01:29:36.720]  to actually knowing how the suit was made, where the thread was manufactured, how it was woven, what type of stitch it is, whether or not that's a real bone button

[01:35:11.720 --> 01:35:20.720]  Other than the voting booth, there is no mechanism by which we the people can actually work to fix our government
[01:35:20.720 --> 01:35:24.720]  Short of the Second Amendment

[01:35:26.720 --> 01:35:29.720]  If you can prove me wrong on that, I would like to see how you would do it

[01:35:47.720 --> 01:36:00.720]  Then the only mechanism that we had to do it without having to go to a civil war has been taken away and destroyed
[01:36:00.720 --> 01:36:10.720]  Which leaves us only with the last resort that the founding fathers ensured that we had as a last ditch option

[01:36:13.720 --> 01:36:18.720]  See, this is the thing about the gun control idiots. They always bring up hunting

[01:37:16.720 --> 01:37:25.720]  And Chip Roy was like, I don't have to advocate it. The founding fathers advocated it. That's what they said it was for

[01:37:34.720 --> 01:37:42.720]  But that folks is the Homer Simpson mentality that's running your country, okay

[01:39:10.720 --> 01:39:26.720]  I was about two weeks ago or three weeks ago and I've got 30 days, about maybe like 31 days until the court date and I was about to put in the answer and I went into the courthouse and the clerk told me there's no attorney that's going to be there during the court date.
[01:39:26.720 --> 01:39:35.720]  It's just going to be the judge and the cop and I'm wondering like, who do I even, you know, who's the plaintiff that I make the motions out to is going to try to put some sense in there.

[01:39:38.720 --> 01:39:41.720]  Well, she said it was neither. It was traffic.
[01:39:41.720 --> 01:39:45.720]  Well, it's one or the other. It can't be nothing.
[01:39:45.720 --> 01:39:54.720]  That's my understanding. So I'm going off the civil procedure and I'm trying to get things in there 30 days before the court date. So it will be enough time.

[01:40:45.720 --> 01:40:56.720]  They say it's quasi-criminal, but there is no such jurisdiction identified in any constitution or law that I've ever found.

[01:41:01.720 --> 01:41:08.720]  Just like in where you're at, it's either got to be civil or criminal, or it's entirely administrative.

[01:41:13.720 --> 01:41:21.720]  Yeah, I found in the Virginia Code where it says that traffic infractions, it defines crimes as either felonies or misdemeanors,
[01:41:21.720 --> 01:41:29.720]  and then it goes on to say traffic infractions are neither felonies or misdemeanors, and they're considered just not...
[01:41:29.720 --> 01:41:32.720]  Then they're entirely administrative.
[01:41:32.720 --> 01:41:38.720]  Yep, so there's no one moving the case, and that's kind of like where I'm at a pause in my thinking.

[01:41:40.720 --> 01:41:45.720]  Well, the first thing you've got to do is learn the rules of procedure relative to these specific types of cases.
[01:41:45.720 --> 01:41:51.720]  Don't go just off the rules of civil procedure because they deal with civil cases in general.
[01:41:51.720 --> 01:41:58.720]  I guarantee you if you look, there will be specific rules of procedure for these types of cases.
[01:41:58.720 --> 01:42:01.720]  You need to find them and you need to know them.
[01:42:01.720 --> 01:42:09.720]  You need to know them a hell of a lot better than that cop's going to, and most certainly better than that administrative hearing officer's going to.

[01:47:30.720 --> 01:47:37.720]  because the administrative law is attempting to authorize that which the state constitution specifically prohibits in its bill of rights,

[01:47:40.720 --> 01:47:52.720]  Here in Texas, it would be our bill of rights. That's why they criminalized the statutes here.

[01:47:53.720 --> 01:47:57.720]  You mean it's like the statutes violate the constitution? That's a crime?
[01:47:57.720 --> 01:48:05.720]  Yeah, the statute cannot supersede the constitution. The rule of procedure cannot supersede the constitution of your state.
[01:48:05.720 --> 01:48:11.720]  Yeah, I think that's codified in Virginia, 1-248, those constitutions are supreme.
[01:48:11.720 --> 01:48:18.720]  Yes, it's codified in your rules of evidence as well.
[01:48:18.720 --> 01:48:26.720]  Yeah, I was just confused at who the request for admissions, like there's no prosecutor, the clerk said, it's just the cop and the judge.
[01:48:26.720 --> 01:48:29.720]  Do I make it out to the cop?
[01:48:29.720 --> 01:48:37.720]  You file it with the court, and you serve the court with it, ask them who do you provide service to as the prosecutor.
[01:48:37.720 --> 01:48:43.720]  Ask them, and make sure you record it when you do it, as long as you can't get charged with a wiretapping law in Virginia.
[01:48:43.720 --> 01:48:47.720]  I don't know if Virginia is a one-party state, so make sure you look that up before you do it.
[01:48:47.720 --> 01:48:53.720]  I was thinking of going in there with some friends for like you to have some witnesses.
[01:48:53.720 --> 01:49:02.720]  Well, the witnesses aren't going to be as reliable as having an actual video of them doing it, but like I say, if you're doing it in a public area,
[01:49:02.720 --> 01:49:13.720]  you're protected by several United States Supreme Court cases on filming the public officers and employees in their official duties from a public space.
[01:49:13.720 --> 01:49:16.720]  You can do that, no matter what they say.
[01:49:16.720 --> 01:49:23.720]  The odds are, is that a battle you want to have to fight on top of everything else, but you could win it if you did.
[01:49:23.720 --> 01:49:27.720]  It would just probably take you time if they decide to try to go against it.
[01:49:27.720 --> 01:49:36.720]  The fact of the matter is, though, is that you get information from them as to who the opposing counsel is that has to be served.
[01:49:36.720 --> 01:49:50.720]  And if they can't tell you, then right off the way, you've got another constitutional violation in the fact that you're not being allowed to basically face your accuser
[01:49:50.720 --> 01:50:02.720]  and to make proper service of the things you need to have and do in discovery and everything else that you're entitled to, even in an administrative case.
[01:50:02.720 --> 01:50:14.720]  And see, here's the other thing, in any state where they do civil infractions, there must be a judicial appeal available at the conclusion of any finding.
[01:50:14.720 --> 01:50:24.720]  The reason for that is, is that any purely administrative determination of guilt is violated with the federal constitution as a bill of pains and penalties.
[01:50:24.720 --> 01:50:30.720]  Without judicial review, their actions are 100% illegal.
[01:50:30.720 --> 01:50:36.720]  Yeah. I asked the court clerk for certified copies of the summons the cop gave me.
[01:50:36.720 --> 01:50:39.720]  And here in Virginia, it's 10 days you have to appeal the case.
[01:50:39.720 --> 01:50:47.720]  And she was telling me she couldn't give me certified copies of the summons until 10 days after the court date.
[01:50:47.720 --> 01:50:53.720]  And did she tell you why that was? Do you not have a public records law in the state of Virginia?
[01:50:53.720 --> 01:51:01.720]  Right. Well, I sent them a certified return to see records request for pretty much everything that she said she couldn't provide to me.
[01:51:01.720 --> 01:51:04.720]  But it's like their job to do that, right? Like, that's why they exist.
[01:51:04.720 --> 01:51:07.720]  Yeah, it's absolutely their job to do that. It's custodian of record.
[01:51:07.720 --> 01:51:12.720]  If your state says that they have to respond with the next number of days of receipt, then they have to do that.
[01:51:12.720 --> 01:51:22.720]  And they don't get to just say no. If they say no, then they have to ask the attorney general to provide them with a pass to do that.
[01:51:22.720 --> 01:51:31.720]  They can't just arbitrarily decide it themselves. They have to seek a higher authority to say whether or not they can not comply.
[01:51:31.720 --> 01:51:40.720]  Yeah. And they do that. At least here they do that by going to the attorney general and asking for that.
[01:51:40.720 --> 01:51:45.720]  Yeah, so I'm waiting for that from that records request for the response. I should get it.
[01:51:45.720 --> 01:51:51.720]  If they're going to respond, I should get it either tomorrow or by Wednesday, but I'm going to go back in there.
[01:51:51.720 --> 01:51:55.720]  Yeah, she said there's just the judge in the cops going to be there. That's it.
[01:51:55.720 --> 01:51:59.720]  That's like the judge isn't going to be in the case, right?
[01:51:59.720 --> 01:52:05.720]  The judge is not a judge. They're an administrative hearing officer. That's what you need to keep in mind.
[01:52:05.720 --> 01:52:10.720]  They are not a judge. They are not acting in a judicial capacity.
[01:52:10.720 --> 01:52:23.720]  They are there to do one thing and one thing only. Rubber stamp your conviction.
[01:52:23.720 --> 01:52:25.720]  Alrighty.
[01:52:25.720 --> 01:52:39.720]  That's why you have to go in there prepared. And that's why everything you do, you need to do in writing so that you have a record and you can see judicial review based upon that record.
[01:52:39.720 --> 01:52:40.720]  Yeah.
[01:52:40.720 --> 01:52:49.720]  And when you go in there, one of the first things you want to file immediately in writing is a request that all proceedings in the matter be on the record.
[01:52:49.720 --> 01:53:01.720]  And that a court reporter or some other manner of record keeping that cannot be challenged as factual and accurate be made available.
[01:53:01.720 --> 01:53:10.720]  They're not going to give it to you, but that right there is just another thing you can argue as being a violation of due process.
[01:53:10.720 --> 01:53:16.720]  Yeah, I don't really have enough money to hire someone in there to come in there with me.
[01:53:16.720 --> 01:53:29.720]  Well, again, if you've got 10 days to challenge a ticket, then that should be all you have to do is just say, I do, I hereby disavow and deny every allegation made in the citation.
[01:53:29.720 --> 01:53:35.720]  Or any criminal complaint or whatever it is they've actually filed.
[01:53:35.720 --> 01:53:45.720]  Force them into adjudicating it because if you challenge it, then they may have to move it to a judicial settings to move forward.
[01:53:45.720 --> 01:53:58.720]  That's again, to know for sure you need to know what the rules of procedure there are there for that particular type of case.
[01:53:58.720 --> 01:54:12.720]  They're saying if I just deny everything in there that it might be rule number one, you do not bear the burden of proof, you have to prove nothing. Absolutely nothing.
[01:54:12.720 --> 01:54:17.720]  They must allege and prove everything.
[01:54:17.720 --> 01:54:26.720]  Yeah, so you simply deny all allegations and force them into having to provide actual proof and evidence.
[01:54:26.720 --> 01:54:30.720]  It's like they haven't alleged anything really. It's just the summons.
[01:54:30.720 --> 01:54:33.720]  Exactly.
[01:54:33.720 --> 01:54:34.720]  Yeah.
[01:54:34.720 --> 01:54:38.720]  So if you don't challenge it by default, you lose.
[01:54:38.720 --> 01:54:44.720]  Okay, and if you don't challenge it completely, you will lose on whatever you fail to challenge automatically.
[01:54:44.720 --> 01:54:47.720]  That's why they do this administrative crap.
[01:54:47.720 --> 01:55:01.720]  But if you challenge every allegation, so-called allegation made, whatever the citation was for, and just say, I did none of these things and I deny that any of this is accurate and true.
[01:55:01.720 --> 01:55:04.720]  Okay, and file that.
[01:55:04.720 --> 01:55:13.720]  Now, if the rules say, okay, he's denied it, he's challenged it, now you've got to actually schedule a judicial proceeding to hear it, then that's fine.
[01:55:13.720 --> 01:55:21.720]  Now, you've got an actual court with an actual judge and you can force them to produce actual evidence of what they're doing.
[01:55:21.720 --> 01:55:24.720]  All right, like if they move it to a circuit court or something?
[01:55:24.720 --> 01:55:34.720]  I don't know what kind of court they would move it to. Whatever court would have jurisdiction, if they move it to a court with jurisdiction, they may just proceed in the same place doing the same thing.
[01:55:34.720 --> 01:55:51.720]  And like I said, if they do that, then they're there just to rubber stamp your conviction, which gives you an appealable error right off the bat because you are entitled to any judicial review of any kind of punishment, even a monetary punishment.
[01:55:51.720 --> 01:55:57.720]  So I basically got to go back in there and get the clerk to tell me who I give the service to, right?
[01:55:57.720 --> 01:55:58.720]  Correct.
[01:55:58.720 --> 01:56:00.720]  That's like step number one? All right.
[01:56:00.720 --> 01:56:10.720]  Well, yeah, that's one of the steps number one. The other step number one, I mean, you can go 1A, 1B, 1C, but 1A is find out who you got to serve.
[01:56:10.720 --> 01:56:24.720]  1B is what are the specific rules of procedure? And you can ask the clerk if they can tell you what the rules of procedure are that cover these cases and these proceedings, but I doubt that she can or will tell you or he, whichever one there is.
[01:56:24.720 --> 01:56:29.720]  So you're going to need to figure out what they are. Do you have a state law library in there where you're at?
[01:56:29.720 --> 01:56:32.720]  Do you have a university with a law library in there where you're at?
[01:56:32.720 --> 01:56:35.720]  Yeah, I'm sure VCU has probably got something.
[01:56:35.720 --> 01:56:44.720]  Okay, then go to the law library section and get the librarians there to help you look up all this stuff. They can do it and they're more than happy to do it 90% of the time.
[01:56:44.720 --> 01:56:58.720]  When I started doing my legal research on things back in the 80s, or I'm sorry, the 2000s, Stephen F. Foster State Law Library folks, State University with this law library,
[01:56:58.720 --> 01:57:06.720]  they loved the fact I was in there asking questions because nobody ever gave them anything hard to do and I was asking all kinds of stuff.
[01:57:06.720 --> 01:57:14.720]  I kept us at that blame busy. They couldn't get nothing else done, but they were loving it. They wanted to help.
[01:57:14.720 --> 01:57:18.720]  That's cool.
[01:57:18.720 --> 01:57:29.720]  Yeah, I got the Supreme Court rules of Virginia and there's stuff in there. They're missing all these different elements. There's a checklist.
[01:57:29.720 --> 01:57:39.720]  All that's in there is a summons. There's supposed to have, if they didn't give proper service of process, there's supposed to be a request for a waiver of service of process.
[01:57:39.720 --> 01:57:42.720]  It's like, no, that stuff's in there, but I don't even know.
[01:57:42.720 --> 01:57:50.720]  Yeah, but now make sure that you're not looking at rules that govern general civil proceedings rather than these specific types of proceedings.

[01:57:51.720 --> 01:58:00.720]  Remember that there's a difference, so there may be a different section of those rules from the Supreme Court that govern the administrative proceedings versus the civil proceedings.
