[00:00.000 --> 00:06.800] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown.
[00:06.800 --> 00:13.200] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 Open with Precious Metals, Gold $1,429 an ounce,
[00:13.200 --> 00:21.440] Silver $16.45 an ounce, Copper $2.75 an ounce, Oil, Texas Crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent Crude
[00:21.440 --> 00:29.840] $62.47 a barrel, and Cryptos in order of Market Cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum $200.00
[00:29.840 --> 00:41.440]  $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin.
[00:45.920 --> 00:52.400] Today in history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day bombing, a Thai suitcase bomb, was detonated
[00:52.400 --> 00:57.360] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade,
[00:57.360 --> 01:00.240]  killing 10 and injuring 40 today in history.
[01:04.480 --> 01:10.240] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing hemp into taxes law
[01:10.240 --> 01:14.880] back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio,
[01:14.880 --> 01:18.720] have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones,
[01:18.720 --> 01:23.200] since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the
[01:23.200 --> 01:28.320] herb for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month
[01:28.320 --> 01:33.440] that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law.
[01:33.440 --> 01:37.680] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter
[01:37.680 --> 01:42.800] to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas,
[01:42.800 --> 01:48.800] and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well as other
[01:48.800 --> 01:55.600] cities too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Cayma Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier
[01:55.600 --> 02:00.720] this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in
[02:00.720 --> 02:06.720] El Paso. However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender
[02:06.720 --> 02:11.200] in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something
[02:11.200 --> 02:15.920] illegal based on its chemical makeup. It's important that if someone is charged with something,
[02:15.920 --> 02:24.960] the test matches what they're charged with. A paper by Tulane University identified a five
[02:24.960 --> 02:29.920] and a half inch American pocket shark. As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico,
[02:29.920 --> 02:35.440] the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one
[02:35.440 --> 02:40.800] being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean. According to the university paper, the
[02:40.800 --> 02:47.680] shark secretes a lumeous fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to
[02:47.680 --> 03:11.680] lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow. This was Work Roadie with a lowdown for July 22, 2019.
[03:17.680 --> 03:26.800] Okay, howdy, howdy. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Google Law Radio. And on this, the
[03:28.080 --> 03:35.120] Brett's not here today, so I have no idea what day it is. Okay, there it is. The fourth day of
[03:35.120 --> 03:49.520] November, 2021. And it seems like our phone lines have changed. I was producing Tom Kylie's show
[03:49.520 --> 03:57.360] just before this one. And frankly, I have talked to Tom. I want him to come on this show and give
[03:57.360 --> 04:07.600] everybody a update on the local politics. You know, this show is about law, rule of law, and how to
[04:08.720 --> 04:16.320] handle legal situations. I don't do politics, but Tom does. And I have been producing his show for
[04:16.320 --> 04:24.640] the last few weeks. And I am more than a little bit impressed. His grasp of what's going on in
[04:24.640 --> 04:29.680] the world around us. And I'm going to ask him, I talked to him today about coming on this show
[04:29.680 --> 04:38.000] at least once a month, and giving everybody kind of an update of how things are progressing and
[04:38.000 --> 04:43.920] how things are moving politically. Because at the end of the day, everything is politics. And
[04:43.920 --> 04:50.480] up to this point, we haven't spoken to politics hard at all. So I'm going to ask him to come on.
[04:50.480 --> 05:03.200] But I have a caller on the call board already, and I have turned the phone lines on. So whoever's on
[05:03.200 --> 05:11.680] the phone call board may get dropped when I turn the phone lines on. So if you get dropped, if you're
[05:11.680 --> 05:21.200] on the line, call us back. I'm going to click it now. Okay, lines are on. Let me go to this
[05:21.200 --> 05:28.720] caller to see if you're actually there. Hello, if you're in the 267 area code, talk to me.
[05:30.320 --> 05:38.880] Hi. Oh, you're actually there. Yeah, Deborah must have upgraded my phone systems.
[05:38.880 --> 05:45.600] Generally, if you're on the call board, when I initiate the show, it will block you off the
[05:45.600 --> 05:52.480] call board. And you can't call in until I turn on the call board. But you are on there. So I guess
[05:52.480 --> 05:59.120] they made some changes they didn't tell me about. I'm just a producer and I show host. Who am I?
[05:59.120 --> 06:08.000] I'm just a chopper. Okay. Did you want to call in to Tom Collie's show or to my show?
[06:10.000 --> 06:15.680] To your show. Oh, okay. Good. Okay. What do you have for us today?
[06:17.280 --> 06:23.280] Hi. So my name is Alessandra. I'm a senior in high school in Quaker School in Philadelphia.
[06:23.280 --> 06:32.400] What I gotta tell you, it is not often that I get the opportunity to talk to someone in high
[06:32.400 --> 06:42.800] school. I'm a grandfather. My grandchildren are in college. So for me, this is really an honor.
[06:45.040 --> 06:50.960] Okay. Yeah, this is 24. What do you have for us today?
[06:50.960 --> 07:00.400] So basically, my school isn't mandating the vaccine, though 97% of faculty and students are
[07:01.920 --> 07:08.080] vaccinated anyway. But they have this policy where anyone who's not vaccinated but is eligible
[07:08.080 --> 07:14.000] to be vaccinated, which I guess is most of everyone now, has to test weekly and provide
[07:15.040 --> 07:20.400] a negative proof of a negative test to get into the building. And I really don't want to keep on
[07:20.400 --> 07:26.720] doing that. I've been doing it because they denied my religious exemptions, which is kind of ironic
[07:26.720 --> 07:34.720] because it's Quaker School. Okay. Do you do Telegram at all, the Telegram app?
[07:34.720 --> 07:49.360] I do, yeah. Okay. First off, if you will send me an email to randy at ruleoflawradio.com,
[07:50.160 --> 07:58.480] I will send you a link to a site that I have specifically for this issue. We have almost
[07:58.480 --> 08:07.680] 1,000 people on that. And this site is dedicated specifically to finding and initiating remedy.
[08:09.760 --> 08:16.240] You will find some very sophisticated people who are on this issue big time.
[08:17.600 --> 08:24.960] One of those individuals is a certified counselor for American Children's Disabilities Act.
[08:24.960 --> 08:39.200] There's some cool stuff you might not know about. If the school says that you are potentially a
[08:39.200 --> 08:46.480] carrier of a deadly disease under the Americans with Disabilities Act, that creates a disability.
[08:46.480 --> 08:54.880] And under the Americans with Disabilities Act, they must grant you accommodation.
[08:57.680 --> 09:01.520] We can help you find their clocks. Okay. Go ahead. I kept interrupting you.
[09:03.760 --> 09:09.120] See, we had some exchange. This is her mom. So I'm Madeline on the...
[09:09.120 --> 09:14.000] Oh, okay. I know who you are. I don't need you to give you the link.
[09:14.000 --> 09:18.880] Yeah. So at this point, we've got, like, Alessandra did her whole timeline.
[09:21.120 --> 09:26.640] And with some of the exchanges that she had in school and all the back and forth that we've
[09:26.640 --> 09:30.880] had with the school, she created a really nice little nice timeline. I've got a conditional
[09:30.880 --> 09:35.840] exception for her that's pretty well worded so that, like I said, that we would reconsider the
[09:35.840 --> 09:42.560] testing if they took on full disability and answered a bunch of questions. And we even
[09:42.560 --> 09:47.280] have a notice claim. I had the ADA on there. Are you talking about the ADA advocate?
[09:47.280 --> 09:57.280] Yes. Yes. Have you seen the document I created for the mask issue?
[09:59.360 --> 10:00.880]  Yes. That's pretty...
[10:00.880 --> 10:07.760] Okay. The one where I found this... On this site, somebody posted a link
[10:07.760 --> 10:15.760] to a set of studies on the mask. And it was horrendous.
[10:17.120 --> 10:23.120] Yeah. Nobody in their right mind could request them that we wear a mask after they've seen all
[10:23.120 --> 10:33.920] this stuff. Have you seen the mind map that I created from all the links everybody's posted
[10:33.920 --> 10:40.160] on the telegram site? Yeah. And I actually used it to start to write the notice of claim
[10:40.160 --> 10:43.440] because it's got so much great stuff in there. So, yes.
[10:44.320 --> 10:51.520] I will post my latest version as soon as I get back on telegram. Okay. That was the introduction.
[10:51.520 --> 10:55.760] For all of those, for everybody else who's listening, we have a telegram site that's
[10:55.760 --> 11:04.560] dedicated to the mask and the vaccine issues. And we're accumulating data. We have a remarkable
[11:04.560 --> 11:13.520] group of people who have been posting incredible information. And we have a lot of people taking
[11:13.520 --> 11:19.280] this issue on. And if you're interested, send me an email, randy at wheelwellradio.com.
[11:19.280 --> 11:26.480] And I will send you a link to that. If you're concerned about this issue, you need to jump on
[11:26.480 --> 11:33.760] board. And I spoke when we started about Tom Kiley's show who airs before mine on Thursday.
[11:35.040 --> 11:43.440] And he was talking about what's going on and about the recent election on the fourth
[11:43.440 --> 11:50.720] month and how around the country, the Republicans have pretty well swept these,
[11:51.280 --> 12:01.040] this interim election. And his consideration was the one thing he said is these guys poked
[12:01.040 --> 12:09.040] mama bear. Yeah, they should not have poked mama bear. So it's beginning to develop.
[12:09.040 --> 12:15.360] And Madeline is on the telegram site. And she's one of those remarkable people
[12:16.560 --> 12:23.920]  that's producing incredibly useful information. That's just so everybody's introduced. So,
[12:23.920 --> 12:30.720] you know, I'm talking more familiar to Madeline. And that's because she's on that site. And we
[12:30.720 --> 12:37.360] do quite a bit of back and forth. Okay, enough introduction. And it's an amazing group. It's
[12:37.360 --> 12:44.560] really very supportive. And it's a really nice group of people. I think, well, at this point,
[12:44.560 --> 12:48.240] we should probably turn it back over to Alessandra. She's done a lot of, she's actually
[12:48.240 --> 12:52.080] taking a common law class right now. So she's wrapping her head around a lot of this. It's
[12:52.080 --> 13:00.960] pretty cool. Yeah, well, I think what makes this a little bit different is that I'm,
[13:00.960 --> 13:04.480] I want to make sure that I can still graduate. I want to make it
[13:04.480 --> 13:11.360] kind of as easy for them to say, okay, fine. Like, we don't, you don't have to test anymore.
[13:13.520 --> 13:18.800] And I really want to stay in good standing with them because I want to graduate this year and
[13:19.440 --> 13:29.600] not be kicked out of school. Madeline, this girl is smart. You are right. And I could,
[13:29.600 --> 13:34.560] we talk about something on the show that I call plausible deniability.
[13:36.320 --> 13:40.160] If you get a lawyer, the lawyers beholden to the judge, not to you.
[13:41.440 --> 13:46.480] He comes into court dangling by his bar cart. So how do you get your lawyer to work for you?
[13:47.760 --> 13:53.920] Well, you kick him right square in his professional pants. So that he goes to the judge and he says,
[13:53.920 --> 13:59.600] oh, judge, you got to help me out here. This, I got this client who's a dirty rotten scoundrel.
[13:59.600 --> 14:03.760] And she's going to kick my behind if I don't do this. So don't blame me for it.
[14:05.680 --> 14:15.920] So how do we give the school officials reason to say we have to accommodate this person?
[14:15.920 --> 14:23.360] Because if we don't, she's going to wipe the floor with us. You don't wipe the floor with them.
[14:23.360 --> 14:29.520] You just rattle their cage in a way that makes them look at this and say, do I want to fight
[14:29.520 --> 14:36.240] with this person? If I fight with this person, is it going to be worth it or should I just
[14:36.240 --> 14:45.680] make some kind of deal? Now, this radio show is about people who are objecting to the system
[14:45.680 --> 14:50.160] and are trying to find remedy. And for the most part, we fight the system.
[14:50.160 --> 14:54.720] But fighting the system is not always the best strategy.
[14:56.720 --> 15:04.560] Shmoos in the system, pushing the system into a position to where the best thing they can do
[15:05.360 --> 15:14.560] is accommodate you. So what I need are your parameters. And I'll see what I can come up
[15:14.560 --> 15:23.760] with as a way to say, hey, you guys, I don't want to kick your behind. But if you don't fix this,
[15:24.640 --> 15:32.160] I'm going to wipe the floor with you. Right. Think about it. What are these guys
[15:32.160 --> 15:42.880] are dealing with? The school, the schoolboys, your teachers? What politics is affecting them?
[15:42.880 --> 15:48.880] Because you got to know these teachers don't want to do this crap, Ola. They don't want to teach.
[15:49.840 --> 15:56.480] They don't want to push the students around. So if you can give them a good reason to give you
[15:56.480 --> 16:04.880] what you want, they will. Am I making sense? Yeah, actually, I think that touches on another
[16:04.880 --> 16:09.760] question that she's had COVID and she has antibodies. We weren't sure if we should
[16:09.760 --> 16:13.600] use that in the argument, but that would be something that they might be able to point to
[16:13.600 --> 16:19.040] and say, we don't want to make it public. But, you know, at this point, we have reason to understand
[16:19.040 --> 16:25.200] that there's you have the least chance of carrying it. It's like basically, yeah,
[16:26.080 --> 16:30.080] kind of a principle. I didn't want to use that. But in terms of making it easy for them to say,
[16:30.080 --> 16:36.480] yes, I kind of figured that we could, we could offer as a compromise that she could meet with
[16:36.480 --> 16:45.200] the nurse once a week and also that we could show her antibody tests. Okay, and there's something
[16:45.200 --> 16:53.760] much more valuable here. We can give her a powerful piece of information that will carry
[16:53.760 --> 16:58.000] the rest of our lives. Hang on, we're about to go to our sponsors. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain,

[18:59.200 --> 19:11.520]  Scriptures.
[19:11.520 --> 19:29.920] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rue de la Radio,
[19:29.920 --> 19:33.680] and we're talking to Madeline. Madeline, what is your daughter's name?
[19:33.680 --> 19:42.800] Alessandra. Alessandra, okay. Alessandra, can she hear me or are you both able to hear all I'm
[19:42.800 --> 19:53.600] saying? Yeah, I'm right here. Okay. All that stuff, you know, you've probably heard the Paul Simon song
[19:54.480 --> 20:01.520] Colochrome, and there's one passage in there that says, after all the crap I've learned in high
[20:01.520 --> 20:12.240] school, it's a wonder I can think at all. I'd like to talk about that. Nothing here is black and white.
[20:13.120 --> 20:20.560] One of the things we talk about on this show is that you can never expect to win your case
[20:21.120 --> 20:27.440] simply because you have the law and the facts on your side. To think so is naive.
[20:27.440 --> 20:36.080] It is not that way now. Never has been that way so long as we have had human beings as judges.
[20:37.360 --> 20:44.880] You can expect to win your case if the politics is on your side and all politics is local.
[20:46.240 --> 20:54.480] So, step back from the rules. Yeah, we've got all these rules here, but the rules don't mean
[20:54.480 --> 21:00.320] anything if we can't get past the politics. Now, when I first say that, people hear that,
[21:00.320 --> 21:10.080] and it sounds horrible. Everything's political. Well, you are the single most politically
[21:10.080 --> 21:18.960]  powerful person in the county. That's because you're not a judge, a prosecutor, a principal,
[21:18.960 --> 21:27.600] a teacher. They're all public servants. You, you're the master of those servants,
[21:28.800 --> 21:36.400] and they forget that at their professional peril. So, now I want to talk about a strategy
[21:36.400 --> 21:44.800] for how to use that. Your teachers, your school boards, you know, the school boards around the
[21:44.800 --> 21:49.760] country didn't get together and say, let's see if we can oppress all of our students.
[21:51.120 --> 21:55.200] You know, they've got all these pressures on them that they have to deal with.
[21:56.320 --> 22:02.400] They have all these people they have to answer to, and they're always trying to find the middle of
[22:02.400 --> 22:11.040] the road. And we don't do good and evil here. We don't do good guys and bad guys. Everybody has
[22:11.040 --> 22:19.280] political pressures they have to deal with. So, the people you're dealing with, what political
[22:19.280 --> 22:29.600] pressures do they have on them, and what political pressure can you bring to offset, offset the
[22:29.600 --> 22:42.080] political pressure they're dealing with? Alessandro, do you play chess? No. Are you familiar with
[22:42.080 --> 22:53.040] chess? Yes. Okay, I play chess, and I'm not very good at it, but I dabble with it. And one guy
[22:53.040 --> 23:01.120] that I played with once who's trying to increase my skill, we played six moves in. And you know,
[23:01.120 --> 23:09.840] when you're playing chess or checkers or any board game, any game that has to do with strategy,
[23:10.720 --> 23:18.000] you're always trying to figure out what the other guy's doing. Well, we played six moves in, and he
[23:18.000 --> 23:26.960] said stop, and he turned the chess board around. Now, I was looking at that chess board, looking
[23:26.960 --> 23:34.160] from my side and mentally looking at it from his side to try to anticipate what he was going to do.
[23:35.040 --> 23:40.320] Now, when I turned that chess board around, I was amazed at how different the board looked
[23:40.320 --> 23:52.160] from his perspective. If you are to be effective, you need to be able to step out of your situation.
[23:54.640 --> 23:58.640] The Bible says, and I'm not particularly religious, but it has a lot of wisdom in it,
[23:59.520 --> 24:03.760] does not that you be not judged for by the judgment which you judge, so shall you be judged.
[24:03.760 --> 24:13.600] That is not religion, that is cultural wisdom. Assume that other person has pressures and
[24:14.480 --> 24:18.880] forces on him that you don't have on you. If you can understand what those forces are,
[24:19.840 --> 24:23.760] you can manipulate them to your benefit. Does that make sense?
[24:25.440 --> 24:30.000] Yeah, it does. So look at your teachers, look at what they're having to deal with,
[24:30.000 --> 24:36.800] and see if you can come up with something that will give them more to deal with.
[24:38.000 --> 24:42.480] That's what we've been doing. That's what this mask site has been about,
[24:43.360 --> 24:50.240] is how do we build up pressure we can apply to them so that your principal or the school board
[24:51.040 --> 24:59.040] can go to the education agency and say, look us, I got this person here who speaks
[24:59.040 --> 25:05.120] and wipes the floor with me. You got to help me out. You got to give me some alternatives.
[25:06.000 --> 25:14.320] We call that plausible deniability. So what does your school care about?
[25:17.920 --> 25:26.400] It's a private school. I'm not sure if that's run by the organizations. I'm not sure if that changes
[25:26.400 --> 25:33.200] the... We couldn't find any funding from outside sources, but the people on their medical
[25:34.160 --> 25:40.080] advisory board, most of them are parents and they, for the most part, have...
[25:41.360 --> 25:47.760] Oh, this is wonderful. That's the best situation I could think that you could have.
[25:48.640 --> 25:53.680] These parents have all of these children essentially under their care.
[25:53.680 --> 26:03.840] And they're terrified. What if I don't do anything? And one of these children dies.
[26:05.920 --> 26:11.440] It's on my head. So you need to give them plausible deniability.
[26:11.440 --> 26:23.840] Okay. Madeleine, do you have some good studies on the effects of these vaccines as opposed to
[26:24.960 --> 26:31.200] the effect of people who are non-vaccinated relative to the vaccines?
[26:32.400 --> 26:36.080] I have a lot of tests on there. I mean, I have a lot of studies on
[26:36.080 --> 26:41.840] the viral relative vaccinated versus unvaccinated. And I have one. I actually found one study that
[26:41.840 --> 26:48.080] shows some possible effects of testing. So they're demanding that she test. And I'm asking,
[26:48.080 --> 26:52.800] like in the conditional acceptance, I'm saying that we'll reconsider the testing if they...
[26:52.800 --> 26:56.960] But they have to read, like, given the fact that some testing has been problematic for people.
[26:56.960 --> 27:06.720] So... Are you familiar with this province in India who banned vaccines, the largest province in
[27:06.720 --> 27:15.040] India, 220-something million people, and put everyone on not hydroxychloroquine?
[27:15.600 --> 27:23.760] Ivermectin. Ivermectin. For some reason, my brain won't hold that. Ivermectin. They put
[27:23.760 --> 27:33.920] everybody on Ivermectin. And they are virtually free of COVID. 220 million people.
[27:35.920 --> 27:39.600]  I'm not... These? I think... These? A lot. Go ahead.
[27:42.400 --> 27:48.160] Wait. Say that again. No, I've been saving a lot of studies like that. But they're not
[27:48.160 --> 27:53.200] actually pushing her to get the vaccine. They're just saying, since she shows enough to get
[27:53.200 --> 27:59.920] vaccinated, you need to test regularly. So I wasn't going to give them so much
[27:59.920 --> 28:02.800] stuff about the vaccine because that's not what they're pressuring her about. What they're
[28:02.800 --> 28:06.320] pressuring her about is that she can't go into the building unless she tests it every week.
[28:07.120 --> 28:10.880] Okay. Where did they get authority? Oh, okay. This is a private school.
[28:12.400 --> 28:15.920]  It's a private school. So it's not... I'm pretty sure in Pennsylvania that's not a public
[28:15.920 --> 28:21.040] accommodation because it's run by a religious organization. So... But my language so far is
[28:21.040 --> 28:31.200] basically, since you're presuming authority over the body and you're demanding that you
[28:31.200 --> 28:34.640] take this testing and take full responsibility for any effects you may have in the future
[28:34.640 --> 28:37.440] over this test, shorter, long-term effects from the test.
[28:38.800 --> 28:44.880] Alessandro, it sounds like your mom has this in hand better than me.
[28:44.880 --> 28:54.000] Yeah. I want to make sure... The only thing I want to say is don't make this a fight if you can
[28:54.000 --> 29:02.480] avoid it. Make this a negotiation. Yeah. I think I'm a little bit worried because we kind of
[29:02.480 --> 29:09.120] proceeded in a similar way with my Saturday program and I have basically been expelled from that.
[29:09.120 --> 29:14.560] So I don't... I really... Like once, you know, Saturday program is one thing but I really don't want
[29:14.560 --> 29:23.440] that to happen to school because that would kind of suck. Well, you're in a contract with these.
[29:24.240 --> 29:26.640] If this is a private school, you have a written contract.
[29:28.480 --> 29:34.480] Yeah. A little bit... A little to know about contract law, uniform commercial code.
[29:34.480 --> 29:40.080] You have a contract. You have a set of covenants in those contracts.
[29:41.360 --> 29:44.880] All of the covenants in the contract must be questionable.
[29:46.560 --> 29:58.160] And what that means is, is anything that requires a duty on one party must also provide a corresponding
[29:58.160 --> 30:05.120] and offsetting... Businesses ask you for a lot of personal information and you may trust them
[30:05.120 --> 30:10.400] to keep it safe. But it turns out that even the most trusted companies may be unwittingly revealing
[30:10.400 --> 30:17.360] your secrets. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back with details. Privacy is under attack.
[30:17.360 --> 30:22.800] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy is gone,
[30:22.800 --> 30:28.720] you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance
[30:28.720 --> 30:34.480] and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. This public service
[30:34.480 --> 30:39.760] announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[30:39.760 --> 30:48.080] Yahoo and Bing. Start over with StartPage. Data privacy is a big deal. So nearly every company
[30:48.080 --> 30:52.720] has a policy explaining how they handle your personal information. But what happens if this
[30:52.720 --> 30:59.040] escapes their control? It's not an idle question. According to a recent survey, a shocking 90% of
[30:59.040 --> 31:04.800] U.S. companies admit their security was breached by hackers in the last year. That's one more reason
[31:04.800 --> 31:10.160] you should trust your searches to StartPage.com. Unlike other search engines, StartPage doesn't
[31:10.160 --> 31:14.960] store any data on you. They've never been hacked, but even if they were, there would be nothing
[31:14.960 --> 31:20.400] for criminals to see. The cupboard would be bare. Too bad other companies don't treat your data the
[31:20.400 --> 31:25.920] same way. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[31:30.720 --> 31:36.640] I lost my son. My nephew. My uncle. My son. On September 11, 2000, most people don't know that
[31:36.640 --> 31:42.640] a third tower fell on September 11. World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit
[31:42.640 --> 31:48.480] by a plane. Although the official explanation is that fire brought down Building 7, over 1200
[31:48.480 --> 31:52.720] architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believed there is more to the story.
[31:52.720 --> 31:58.880] Bring justice to my son. My uncle. My nephew. My son. Go to BuildingWhat.org. Why it fell.
[31:58.880 --> 32:00.640] Why it matters. And what you can do.
[32:02.320 --> 32:06.320] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law Traffic Seminar. In today's America,
[32:06.320 --> 32:09.680] we live in an us against them society. And if we, the people, are ever going to have a free
[32:09.680 --> 32:13.920] society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights. Among those rights are the
[32:13.920 --> 32:17.440] right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act in our own private capacity,
[32:17.440 --> 32:22.000] and most importantly, the right to due process of law. Traffic courts afford us the least expensive
[32:22.000 --> 32:26.400] opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process. Former Sheriff's
[32:26.400 --> 32:30.400] Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the most comprehensive
[32:30.400 --> 32:34.240] teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process is and how to hold
[32:34.240 --> 32:38.160] courts to the rule of law. You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to
[32:38.160 --> 32:42.720] ruleoflawradio.com and ordering your copy today. By ordering now, you'll receive a copy of Eddie's

[33:28.800 --> 33:42.320] Now we're back. Prince Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio, except Brett bailed out on
[33:42.320 --> 33:52.560] us today so I'm left alone. Alessandra, you're the one I really want to talk to. Your mom is
[33:52.560 --> 34:01.600] concerned about this but her concern is that of a parent and parents have a tendency sometimes to
[34:01.600 --> 34:09.360] overreact and they don't really know what you're actually dealing with. You know what you're dealing
[34:09.360 --> 34:22.400] with. Tell me, in your opinion, what would be the best way to schmooze these guys into giving you
[34:22.400 --> 34:47.360] what you want? No, no. Your mom, she's very deep into the law and all of the bad things that
[34:47.360 --> 34:55.280] are going on all over but she doesn't live where you're living. You're inside this thing. You can
[34:55.280 --> 35:02.080] see it in a way that she can't and one of the things that I've learned raising my children
[35:03.760 --> 35:07.920] is they're way smarter than I gave them credit for.
[35:07.920 --> 35:18.400] We really need to listen to them. You know what's going on and I can make suggestions about what
[35:18.400 --> 35:24.560] you could do and your mom can make suggestions about what you can do but we really don't understand
[35:24.560 --> 35:33.760] what's going on inside this system you do. What is important to these people? What drives these
[35:33.760 --> 35:48.000] people and how can you demonstrate your concern to them in a way that will communicate a potential
[35:48.000 --> 35:55.200] problem for them with other students other than you and how can you give them a solution for a
[35:55.200 --> 36:06.160] problem that they haven't encountered yet? I mean, in September, I sent a religious exemption
[36:06.160 --> 36:12.320] and that was our first impulse because it feels like you should be able to talk to a religious
[36:12.320 --> 36:20.080] school about religions but then they were back and said that it wasn't sincere. I mean my first
[36:20.080 --> 36:27.520] impulse for the people that I know were there like the dean of students and upper school director
[36:27.520 --> 36:34.560] and stuff is to just kind of do it logically except that they then hand it over to the lawyers
[36:34.560 --> 36:43.760] and then the lawyers say no. When they hand it over to the lawyers, then call me. I will show you
[36:43.760 --> 36:53.120] how to handle the lawyers. The lawyers are low hanging fruit. I think it's not quite lawyers
[36:53.120 --> 36:59.120] yet but it's like lawyer language for some reason the financial officer of the school is like
[37:00.560 --> 37:04.640] some kind of their legal representative in some way like not legal representatives but
[37:04.640 --> 37:14.480] they start handing it over to him. Oh, that's good. When I was in school,
[37:16.080 --> 37:24.240] pretty well taught us to be terrified of the system. We're in Texas here and in 1986,
[37:24.240 --> 37:31.520] Ross Perot ran for president and he pushed through an education reform bill. It's because
[37:31.520 --> 37:35.680] people, if they were good at sports, they were being passed whether they could read or not
[37:36.720 --> 37:43.040] and he pushed through this education reform bill that it was called no pass, no play.
[37:44.480 --> 37:49.280] But that was the second part of the education reform bill. The first part said the schools
[37:49.280 --> 37:54.480] shall instill in the child a deep and abiding faith in and respect for the American form of
[37:54.480 --> 38:04.000] government. Well, they did that but at the same time they clearly demonstrated to you
[38:04.560 --> 38:11.440] while you theoretically have all these rights, while you're in this school system, don't even think
[38:11.440 --> 38:17.680] of trying to express one of those and the whole weighted system land right square on your head.
[38:17.680 --> 38:27.920] We put our kids through 12 years of that kind of hypocrisy and then expect them when they get out
[38:27.920 --> 38:35.760] to all of a sudden becoming powered citizens. This is what I deal with on this show all the time.
[38:35.760 --> 38:45.920] It's what I call an unstated presupposition. It's bearing below your conscious awareness.
[38:48.000 --> 38:57.280] Every time you get in front of a principal, you look into your memory and your experiences and
[38:57.280 --> 39:06.880] you try to pull out a behavioral set that you can use to deal with these officials. I watched a guy,
[39:08.080 --> 39:16.320] older guy, real expensive suit, obviously a high level executive in a traffic court and we were
[39:16.320 --> 39:20.000] outside waiting for the court to start. I was with somebody else so I didn't have a dog in the
[39:20.000 --> 39:26.160] hunt so I'm just watching everybody. He's making these notes and he's not talking to anybody
[39:26.160 --> 39:30.400] else. Everybody else is bragging about how they're going to get that cop arrested and blah, blah,
[39:30.400 --> 39:35.840] blah. This guy's just over their mind in his business making notes. They called him into
[39:35.840 --> 39:40.880] the courtroom. He stepped up to the podium. They called him up first and that's probably because
[39:40.880 --> 39:48.400] he was a high level executive, big money and they wanted to dispose of his quickly. He stepped up
[39:48.400 --> 39:56.000] to the podium, held up this note, these notes he had and they were shaking so badly. There's
[39:56.000 --> 40:03.360] no way he could have read them. He tried to speak and his voice broke. He was so nervous
[40:03.360 --> 40:13.040] he could hardly speak and I was thinking what in the world is going on here? This guy is obviously
[40:13.040 --> 40:21.760] no chump and I thought about it. He stepped up in front of this judge and he looked back in his
[40:21.760 --> 40:29.440] memory for a behavioral set for skill that he had for dealing with public officials
[40:30.960 --> 40:34.080] and all he had was being sent to the principal as a fourth grader.
[40:36.640 --> 40:42.240] He was terrified. No good reason for him being terrified but that's the only experience model
[40:42.240 --> 40:54.320] he had and everything about this show that I do is about doing a juxtaposition. I want to take
[40:54.320 --> 41:03.600] the behavioral set you will use when you step up in front of the principal and juxtapose that
[41:03.600 --> 41:09.360] with the behavioral set your mother would use when she stepped in front of the principal and
[41:09.360 --> 41:18.000] want to know what in the hell are you doing to my kids USB. If I could make that juxtaposition
[41:19.680 --> 41:25.440] the whole planet will change and Alessandra you're in the perfect position.
[41:27.360 --> 41:34.320] You realize you are a citizen in a republic. Do you know what that means?
[41:34.320 --> 41:45.920] This is not a democracy. It is a democratic republic but first is a republic. In a democracy
[41:47.280 --> 41:50.880] the people if they want your property they can take your property. If they want your
[41:50.880 --> 41:56.800] life they can take your life by popular vote. This is not a democracy. This is a republic
[41:56.800 --> 42:06.000] and all power flows from the singular individual. You probably don't realize it yet
[42:07.120 --> 42:12.880] but you are the most powerful person in that school. Those teachers don't realize it.
[42:14.320 --> 42:22.400] You're a citizen in a republic. Not only does all power flow from you all responsibility for
[42:22.400 --> 42:30.320] the system flows from you. It is your job to take these guys to task. We have police and all
[42:30.320 --> 42:36.560] these other public officials who are out there doing all kind of crappy stuff but they're inside
[42:36.560 --> 42:45.920] the system. They can't fix it. It was intended that you and I the citizens in this republic
[42:45.920 --> 42:55.040] were the ones to fix it and in what I do this is I do this all the time. I just filed criminal
[42:55.040 --> 43:06.080] charges against the governor. You could have done that in a state of 29 million people
[43:07.120 --> 43:13.840] with all of these horrible executive orders one person filed a criminal complaint against the
[43:13.840 --> 43:20.160] governor and when those complaints went to the grand jury the governor rescinded all of his
[43:20.160 --> 43:27.120] executive orders. 20 states followed suit. Alessandra you could have done that.
[43:29.360 --> 43:38.000] Yeah. You have the exact same standing that I do. I'm just a hillbilly chomp living in
[43:38.000 --> 43:46.240] chomp living in poll duck redneck Texas deep in the oil patch and I go down to Travis county
[43:46.240 --> 43:51.440] and I filed criminal charges against the governor and then I filed the same criminal charges with
[43:51.440 --> 43:57.360] the chief justice of the supreme court of the state of Texas and when he didn't act on my
[43:57.360 --> 44:03.280] file criminal charges against him. I love logos. Without the shows on this network I'd be almost
[44:03.280 --> 44:07.760] as ignorant as my friends. I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. I need my
[44:07.760 --> 44:13.360] truth pick. I'd be lost without logos and I really want to help keep this network on the air. I'd
[44:13.360 --> 44:17.760] love to volunteer as a show producer but I'm a bit of a Luddite and I really don't have any money to
[44:17.760 --> 44:24.000] give because I spent it all on supplements. How can I help logos? Well I'm glad you asked. Whenever
[44:24.000 --> 44:28.320] you order anything from Amazon you can help logos. You can order them in your supplies or
[44:28.320 --> 44:34.640] holiday gifts. First thing you do is clear your cookies. Now go to logosregualnetwork.com.
[44:34.640 --> 44:39.760] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it. Now when you order anything from Amazon
[44:39.760 --> 44:45.760] you use that link and logos gets a few pesos. Do I pay extra? No. Do you have to do anything
[44:45.760 --> 44:52.560] different when I order? No. Can I use my Amazon Prime? No. I mean yes. Wow giving without doing
[44:52.560 --> 44:59.360] anything or spending any money. This is perfect. Thank you so much. We are logos. Happy holidays

[46:22.400 --> 46:28.320] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, rule of law radio and Alessandra you're going to
[46:28.320 --> 46:39.840] give me a troll. I'm so excited about having a young mind that I keep running off the cliff and
[46:39.840 --> 46:50.000] my producer is going to read me out about that. But what I've been doing is trying to set a posture
[46:50.000 --> 46:58.800] here. In dealing with these school officials you are the most effective one. Your mama's
[46:58.800 --> 47:06.800] is nice. She's helpful. She's like your lawyer but no more like your advisor. She sits in the
[47:06.800 --> 47:16.720] background. She can't do this for you. She can try to but she can't see this system from the
[47:16.720 --> 47:24.240] perspective you can see it from. You can evaluate it better than me, your mom, anybody else.
[47:26.000 --> 47:33.040] And what I'm trying to do is set a stage so that you will understand how much potential
[47:33.040 --> 47:39.920] power and influence you really have. You have that power and influence but you also have a
[47:39.920 --> 47:51.360] responsibility by having it. Once we understand how much power we have then we have to wield it
[47:51.360 --> 47:59.360] very carefully. On this show I tell people all the time I'm not particularly religious but
[48:00.240 --> 48:08.400] the Bible contains 6,000 years of cultural wisdom and I think one of the most important
[48:08.400 --> 48:17.120] passages in the Bible is judging not that you be not judged. We want to look at our adversary as
[48:17.120 --> 48:24.960] if he is the bad guy. Alessandro have you ever read Sun Tzu? The Art of War.
[48:26.880 --> 48:36.240] Why? The Art of War by Sun Tzu. No I haven't. It would be a good book to read. It's not very big
[48:36.240 --> 48:46.560] but it will give a good perspective on combat. I'm an old combat veteran and I read Sun Tzu and
[48:46.560 --> 48:54.080] I had a different perspective. In combat you can't just get in a fight because you want to.
[48:55.760 --> 49:02.480] You can't get in a fight just because you can win because when you get in a fight even if you
[49:02.480 --> 49:08.960] can win you use up your resources. If winning that battle doesn't lead you towards your intended
[49:08.960 --> 49:17.280] outcome then you just simply wasted your resources and don't even get in a battle you can't win
[49:18.480 --> 49:25.520] because in combat you only get to do that once and it's over. So look at this like combat.
[49:25.520 --> 49:33.760] You're combating someone who's not really an enemy. Just someone who is misguided.
[49:35.840 --> 49:44.000] You win your battles mostly by moving your enemy to a position to where he can become
[49:44.720 --> 49:52.800] a friend or a compatriot. Not by killing your enemy. Not by defeating your enemy.
[49:52.800 --> 49:58.960] If you take this on and you defeat the school board or your school itself
[50:00.320 --> 50:08.960] they'll always have it in for you. But if you can take this on and move them from the position
[50:08.960 --> 50:19.600] they're in to a position that suits your intended outcome and have them think it was their decision
[50:19.600 --> 50:25.680] they brought them they're not your pressure you can get what you want fix everything for everybody.
[50:28.320 --> 50:38.800] Okay okay this is harder it's not easy life is not easy but life is interesting.
[50:38.800 --> 50:50.160] So from your perspective what do you think is the primary motivating factor
[50:52.400 --> 51:03.280] of this school to want you to get this test and what would it take to give them reason to say
[51:03.280 --> 51:12.880] well maybe this is not the best idea in this circumstance. Okay wait wait wait that's unfair.
[51:14.000 --> 51:20.880] I put you up on a pretty big dime. Can I get you and your mom to call back tomorrow?
[51:20.880 --> 51:36.000] Yeah think about this how can we craft a methodology that could give the school a
[51:36.000 --> 51:43.360] way to give you what you want and think that they're doing what's in the best interest of all their
[51:43.360 --> 51:53.760] students. Okay that's great yeah. Call back tomorrow you can let your mom listen if she wants to
[51:55.760 --> 52:01.760] but we won't let her screw things up you're back there meddling. Yeah I got it.
[52:05.200 --> 52:08.320] Okay call back tomorrow if you call in early I'll take you first.
[52:08.320 --> 52:16.240] For me this is exciting. I spend my time dealing with old guys like me
[52:17.600 --> 52:23.520] and mostly they're really PO'd and they're set in their ways they're really hard to deal with.
[52:25.200 --> 52:31.680] Here I have someone who's obviously intelligent and Madeline I assure you your daughter's way
[52:31.680 --> 52:43.920] smarter than you think she is. My kids reminded me of that repeatedly and they did so with great joy
[52:43.920 --> 52:56.320] and gusto and to this day they still do it but you know more than we do you understand these
[52:56.320 --> 53:04.320] people you're dealing with. Think about it come back tomorrow and bring us a plan. Talk to your
[53:04.320 --> 53:10.400] mom she's got a lot of the the tools that you need that would influence them these these
[53:10.400 --> 53:17.600] assume these people are doing the best they can in a bad situation. I know when I filed criminal
[53:17.600 --> 53:24.800] charges against the governor I understood that he saw this pandemic coming and he said what do I do
[53:24.800 --> 53:31.680] if I sit here and do nothing and people start dying I'm gonna get blamed for it and I probably
[53:31.680 --> 53:40.640] should have to blame for it because I'm in this position I need to do something but what he did
[53:40.640 --> 53:49.760] was illegal and you know I didn't blame him for what he did and I didn't want him and died it
[53:49.760 --> 53:58.720] I just wanted him to change his position. Now yeah I kind of kicked him pretty hard
[54:00.000 --> 54:07.360] but you know it's like I think of my public officials like I do my grandkids oh I love them
[54:07.360 --> 54:15.440] dearly but if one of them runs out in the road I'm fixing to tan his eye I'm not going to wait
[54:15.440 --> 54:21.440] till he gets run over I'm going to do it right there on the front end so he doesn't get run over
[54:24.400 --> 54:31.520] and if we look at it from that position I suspect you will come up with a very sophisticated
[54:33.920 --> 54:41.040] set of tools that we can go after them with you're probably more suited than any of those
[54:41.040 --> 54:51.200] thousand people on that mask site because you're inside it okay does that sound like a plan
[54:52.640 --> 55:00.720] yeah it does yeah thank you thank you thank you and call back early we'll take you first we got
[55:00.720 --> 55:07.600] four hours tomorrow night so we've got more time right okay thank you so much thank you
[55:07.600 --> 55:17.760] you okay now we're going to go to miss mary in texas hello miss mary what do you have for us today
[55:19.360 --> 55:25.920] how are you I am good I missed your call this morning but I was doing a show with master pastor
[55:27.280 --> 55:32.000] how do I listen to him uh truth radio network
[55:32.000 --> 55:39.040] oh I call him I call him master pastor because he has control issues
[55:40.640 --> 55:47.760] he doesn't find that near as funny as I do well he can control the whole spirit and probably heal
[55:47.760 --> 55:55.120] you with that laying on hand oh no he wants to use me as a crash dummy for his exorcisms
[55:55.120 --> 56:03.520] oh that's right even even better he does exorcisms and he sent me he's been wanting me to
[56:04.240 --> 56:11.200] to do an exorcism on me for a long time and he sent me some uh videos of his exorcisms
[56:12.160 --> 56:14.480]  yeah I was impressed
[56:16.400 --> 56:21.040] holy mack you know I hear exorcism and I think the movies and his hokey stuff
[56:21.040 --> 56:29.440] I watched what he was doing and then I called him and I said pastor master or master pastor
[56:30.640 --> 56:38.400] what you were doing in psychology is called redecision therapy oh no no this is exorcism
[56:38.400 --> 56:47.040] yeah I got it exorcism but it's the same thing as redecision therapy okay you put someone in a
[56:47.040 --> 56:56.160] hardly emotional state where you extract their worst behaviors and the things they fear and hate
[56:56.160 --> 57:05.600] the most and then you get them to make a decision that absolutely no matter what they are going to
[57:05.600 --> 57:12.640] change that behavior they're never going to do it again then you do a pattern interruption
[57:12.640 --> 57:19.920] and move them to a different place and it causes uh conscious amnesia for the experience
[57:20.720 --> 57:24.800] this is right out of the book I was impressed
[57:27.280 --> 57:33.760] anyway I do a show for him and uh I was doing that show when you called this morning
[57:34.480 --> 57:40.240] but what do you have for us today well can I make a quick announcement I met some folks from
[57:40.240 --> 57:47.440] the veteran's land board can I just take one minute and go over veteran's land board yes what is a
[57:47.440 --> 57:58.480] veteran's land board I have a fancy brochure but I want to hit the point it was developed in Texas
[57:58.480 --> 58:09.040] to help veterans buy property and since then the DLC continues to expand the benefits and services
[58:09.040 --> 58:14.240] available to Texas veterans military members and their families and I believe they also allow
[58:15.200 --> 58:21.120] national veterans some use of nursing homes so there's a couple of things that they do
[58:22.160 --> 58:27.920] including home improvement loans bathroom loans a 20-year low interest home improvement
[58:27.920 --> 58:35.280] loans including fences roof AC jacuzzi's and bathrooms nursing homes for spouses veterans
[58:35.280 --> 58:42.720] and gold star veteran's parents do they have anything specifically for disgruntled veterans
[58:44.480 --> 58:54.640] no immediate air unit the bible remains the most popular book in the world yet countless
[58:54.640 --> 59:00.080] readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it some new translations try to help
[59:00.080 --> 59:05.920] by simplifying the text but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the scripture
[59:06.800 --> 59:13.280] enter the recovery version first this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate
[59:13.280 --> 59:19.360] but the real story is the more than 9000 explanatory footnotes difficult and profound

[01:06:30.080 --> 01:06:42.000] i'm sorry life is what it is every everything in life is to help us teach us and help us grow

[01:06:59.680 --> 01:07:06.960]  you're a really good a really good teacher on this i hope so
[01:07:10.560 --> 01:07:17.200] so what else did you have for us today well i'm still working on my narrative about election
[01:07:17.200 --> 01:07:22.560] fraud in austin from day first i'm almost done with that maybe tomorrow call in and you can help me
[01:07:22.560 --> 01:07:30.160] edit the narrative into a timeline or criminal uh complaint on the live on good yeah i'm sorry
[01:07:30.160 --> 01:07:36.160] and i apologize that i didn't send you that book i have on uh how to stop procrastinating
[01:07:37.440 --> 01:07:44.160] i've been meaning to send that to you but i didn't get around to it you did make fun of me
[01:07:44.880 --> 01:07:51.440] i wanted to ask you a quick question about uh small claims court if i if i pull somebody into
[01:07:51.440 --> 01:07:57.760] a small if you pull somebody into a small claims court randy it's how easy and they locally here
[01:07:57.760 --> 01:08:03.360] in austin i think that the maximum was twenty thousand dollars so i've done a little suit
[01:08:04.000 --> 01:08:10.560] yeah that's that's statewide twenty thousand dollars and you know to write the suit guys
[01:08:10.560 --> 01:08:17.360] i all i had to do was hand write something on a form i went to the court of criminal appeals
[01:08:17.360 --> 01:08:25.200] the i'm so yeah the court of criminal appeals the highest court in texas on criminal issues
[01:08:26.400 --> 01:08:32.320] and i asked to see all the habeas corpus's that were filed within a one year period
[01:08:33.920 --> 01:08:39.040] and honest to goodness they brought me out a roll of toilet paper
[01:08:39.040 --> 01:08:46.560] a guy in jail wrote a habeas corpus on toilet paper
[01:08:48.720 --> 01:08:56.080] and he used the whole roll i want a book about that that is that is one of the funniest stories
[01:08:56.080 --> 01:09:02.720] that i mean sad and funniest stories about my life i went i went through this thing there was
[01:09:02.720 --> 01:09:10.880] not a single word spelled wrong there was not a tear in the toilet paper anywhere i don't know how
[01:09:10.880 --> 01:09:19.440] on earth he did that i know i know people are incredible they do amazing things
[01:09:21.040 --> 01:09:26.240] i still have some accurdance of documents from jail i don't know if you remember
[01:09:26.240 --> 01:09:32.320] it curtis was calling from jail and you consult with him and he was a tattoo artist around here in
[01:09:32.320 --> 01:09:40.960] austin and i think from oregan so i still have some of his original work so he drew some tattoo
[01:09:40.960 --> 01:09:50.160] stuff on his claim or something i don't remember anyway i lost why we went there well if i've
[01:09:50.160 --> 01:09:56.320] dragged somebody in the small claims court uh what's my next responsibility he said if i wanted
[01:09:56.320 --> 01:10:03.200] to object the case or amend my motion or complaint that i needed to go ahead and write them so if they
[01:10:04.240 --> 01:10:09.520] i think set up a certain amount of days that they respond and the lady at the office says they
[01:10:09.520 --> 01:10:16.720] don't respond within those days you went by default here's how it works once they are served
[01:10:16.720 --> 01:10:27.440] they have until the monday after the 20th day so always serve them on a monday
[01:10:28.720 --> 01:10:39.600] okay because the 20th day from the monday will be a sunday and the 21st day will be another monday
[01:10:39.600 --> 01:10:48.320] okay that's the least amount of time they have to respond if they don't respond within 30 20
[01:10:48.320 --> 01:10:58.480] within the 21 days then you have a statutory right to default you go to the court you file
[01:10:58.480 --> 01:11:05.680] a motion for default judgment and the clerk the clerk can can take your motion and look at the
[01:11:05.680 --> 01:11:13.760] record the case was the the individual was the case was filed on this day the individual was
[01:11:13.760 --> 01:11:26.880] noticed was given service of the citation on this day 21 days later or 22 days later yeah
[01:11:26.880 --> 01:11:32.800] there is no answer in the court record you have a right to default judgment
[01:11:32.800 --> 01:11:41.360] and the court can sign it if the other is the other side don't like it you know they can then
[01:11:41.360 --> 01:11:48.800] file a motion to object to it and show why you shouldn't get default judgment but if there is
[01:11:49.680 --> 01:11:55.360] if you haven't done anything wrong you actually gave them service on the day you claimed
[01:11:55.360 --> 01:12:03.760] and they can say well we were busy we had other things blah blah blah makes no difference
[01:12:05.440 --> 01:12:16.640] 21st day sudden death or actually 22nd day yes they have 21 full days so if you serve them
[01:12:16.640 --> 01:12:30.080] them on a given day they've got 21 full days I'm sorry 20 days 20 full days so if you serve them
[01:12:30.080 --> 01:12:42.720] on Monday that doesn't count oh Tuesday Tuesday starts the counting and 20 days will land on Sunday
[01:12:42.720 --> 01:12:54.640] so they can they have until the Monday after the 20th day so the 20th day lands on Sunday
[01:12:55.840 --> 01:13:06.640] Monday is the 21st day Tuesday they're in default well I love it what if they challenge
[01:13:06.640 --> 01:13:16.000] my first motion do we have to send we amend the case as we choose and promptly send each other
[01:13:16.000 --> 01:13:24.320] records of the filing is that how it works well if you file this the suit you have them served
[01:13:25.680 --> 01:13:32.960] you can't serve them yourself but you can ask the court to create a citation and you can give
[01:13:32.960 --> 01:13:40.880] that citation to someone else who's not interested in the case anyone other than you can or other than
[01:13:40.880 --> 01:13:49.920] anyone involved in the case can serve so you have somebody take it and serve them with it
[01:13:50.560 --> 01:13:53.920] if they try to avoid service in Texas that's a felony
[01:13:53.920 --> 01:14:02.960] yeah it's a big deal you want to duck and dodge you see how that works out for you
[01:14:04.480 --> 01:14:15.440] so the day they're served doesn't count the next day starts counting so if you serve them on a Monday
[01:14:15.440 --> 01:14:26.720] 21 days from Monday will be Sunday three weeks okay so the first day doesn't count
[01:14:28.080 --> 01:14:36.960] they have them until the Monday after the 20th day so Tuesday starts the counting
[01:14:36.960 --> 01:14:47.520] so the 20th day will land on Sunday if you file it on Tuesday then the Monday after the 20th day
[01:14:47.520 --> 01:14:55.360] the 20th day will be a Monday and they got a whole another week until the Monday after
[01:14:56.800 --> 01:15:03.600] so if you file it Monday they get the minimum amount they could possibly have and that's 21 days
[01:15:03.600 --> 01:15:15.200] now I just filed 135 page criminal complaint I'm sorry civil complaint 135 pages and they
[01:15:15.200 --> 01:15:23.600] got 20 days really first first they got to hire a lawyer negotiate with the lawyer get the lawyer
[01:15:23.600 --> 01:15:32.000] on board and then get him to write a response within 20 days you on the other hand you can
[01:15:32.000 --> 01:15:39.440] take as long as you want to to construct the lawsuit and one of the strategies in creating the
[01:15:39.440 --> 01:15:49.040] lawsuit is the consideration that they've only got 20 days to respond to it make it hard for them
[01:15:49.040 --> 01:15:57.520] send them to the books in their haste to get something out hope they miss something yeah
[01:15:57.520 --> 01:16:08.320] and ask really hard questions you've got lots of time to research out those hard questions
[01:16:09.200 --> 01:16:12.800] yeah when you file it they're they're on the clock
[01:16:15.120 --> 01:16:21.520] well and I how do I know if they've responded to it you have to have it in your hand
[01:16:21.520 --> 01:16:29.040] yeah so they have to send me a copy if they if they file something right
[01:16:29.600 --> 01:16:34.800] exactly now they don't have to have you personally served they can send it by certified mail
[01:16:37.280 --> 01:16:45.280] but they they try to do song and dance with certified mail yeah and I love to take them on
[01:16:45.280 --> 01:16:51.040] with certified mail they try to do a song and dance with certified mail you call a postal
[01:16:51.040 --> 01:16:58.400] inspector and stick the postal inspectors on okay they're not used to us doing those kind of dirty

[01:19:44.400 --> 01:19:55.200] the strategy of giving notice of suit and we're talking to mary in texas okay now we're
[01:19:55.200 --> 01:20:01.680] getting shorter i know we're getting shorter time and so you got me rolling on that so i'm good
[01:20:02.720 --> 01:20:08.800] but let me ask you i got a pop quiz for you and then i want to make a suggestion to alahandra and
[01:20:08.800 --> 01:20:17.120] madeline the previous callers to die jurisdictionary uh jurisdictionary and spread grade taught me a lot
[01:20:17.120 --> 01:20:23.920] and jurisdiction will help you with the legal legal leave the legal language and he has a lot
[01:20:23.920 --> 01:20:32.320] of iconography that helps you remember things actually uh dr graves is on my telegram site
[01:20:32.320 --> 01:20:40.320] oh thank god yes and madeline has talked to him quite a bit and we have stressed
[01:20:42.880 --> 01:20:50.960] jurisdictionary when i do this show if i get someone call in who has been through jurisdictionary
[01:20:50.960 --> 01:20:58.640] it doesn't take me long to figure it out uh mark from uh west constant i haven't heard from him
[01:20:58.640 --> 01:21:04.160] at a long time but he called in and he's having an issue and i said well mark did you do this
[01:21:04.160 --> 01:21:08.640] and he said you should do this and he said i did that and we went on a little ways i was
[01:21:08.640 --> 01:21:13.600] like well you should do this and he said i did that and the third time i said you should do this
[01:21:13.600 --> 01:21:18.240] he said i did that i said have you been through jurisdictionary oh yeah i've been through jurisdictionary
[01:21:18.240 --> 01:21:27.200] i can tell nice yeah when someone's been through jurisdictionary we get to have much more sophisticated
[01:21:27.200 --> 01:21:36.080] conversations well and it's not a really sophisticated program mr graves keeps it real
[01:21:36.080 --> 01:21:43.040] simple he has little cartoons on there and it uh it took me about a year to go through the whole
[01:21:43.040 --> 01:21:49.760] thing in a class in austin once i went past a year with the new language with a quote unquote
[01:21:49.760 --> 01:21:59.040] legalese i started using those words in my daily rhetoric so because uh law seems so profound and
[01:21:59.040 --> 01:22:05.360] stuff he wrapped it up real quick in a small tidy video and there's some other things he has in
[01:22:05.360 --> 01:22:11.600] the package but uh just watching the video programming is just real helpful and i still
[01:22:11.600 --> 01:22:17.600] can remember the iconography that the sentence structuring the font and it kind of gave me
[01:22:17.600 --> 01:22:22.640] something to grasp on to as one of my like books because i can write in the margins
[01:22:23.840 --> 01:22:27.520] and i talked to dr graves recently about getting him on the show
[01:22:28.720 --> 01:22:34.160] yeah good and he's he's agreed to come on the show to talk about he used to have a show on this
[01:22:34.160 --> 01:22:42.960] network but uh he fell ill for a while and wasn't wasn't able to keep going and it's a little too
[01:22:42.960 --> 01:22:49.760] burdensome for him to do a regular show so i've given him an open invitation to come on our show
[01:22:49.760 --> 01:22:57.840] anytime he wants to okay so i'm going to try to bring him on and and address that but yes
[01:22:57.840 --> 01:23:05.440] jurisdictionary is absolutely a must read not only for prosa litigants but for any lawyer who
[01:23:05.440 --> 01:23:15.920] just got out of law school what is in jurisdictionary they don't teach you in law school when you get
[01:23:15.920 --> 01:23:21.600] out of law school and get into the real world then they teach you all of the stuff about
[01:23:21.600 --> 01:23:32.400] how to file motions how to get them set for trial all these practice tools that you need and they
[01:23:32.400 --> 01:23:38.320] don't teach them in law school because they're different every jurisdiction and in law school
[01:23:38.320 --> 01:23:45.840] they primarily teach you how to argue legal issues yeah the practice of law they don't teach
[01:23:47.680 --> 01:23:53.680] in my opinion jurisdictionary is a must for every lawyer who gets out of law school
[01:23:53.680 --> 01:24:01.600] i love it it will give him a major step up on the stuff they don't teach him there
[01:24:03.120 --> 01:24:07.680] okay i've got four quiz questions for you then we'll go to your next caller
[01:24:08.560 --> 01:24:13.280] okay what is the law that one must report a crime
[01:24:13.280 --> 01:24:25.600]  i think it's 38.151 if i remember right in the fed it's 18 us code four
[01:24:27.440 --> 01:24:34.000] and 18 us code three has been repealed so it's the third one misprison of felony
[01:24:34.000 --> 01:24:45.440] and most states have a corresponding statute and i think it's 38.151 that says if you have
[01:24:45.440 --> 01:24:51.120] knowledge that a felony has been committed where there has been serious grievous bodily injury
[01:24:52.880 --> 01:24:57.120]  if you don't report that felony then it's a class A misdemeanor
[01:24:57.120 --> 01:25:08.320] and the value of that is if you can be compelled to file notice of a crime
[01:25:09.360 --> 01:25:18.640] of this particular severity then you certainly cannot be faulted for filing notice of a crime
[01:25:18.640 --> 01:25:28.320] of a less severity when you file notice of crime with some magistrate you become a protected class
[01:25:30.960 --> 01:25:38.080] the police they can't be everywhere all the time they need the public to help them fight crime
[01:25:39.600 --> 01:25:46.160] so when you as a member of the public helps the police fight crime they have to protect you
[01:25:46.160 --> 01:25:53.200] because if they don't nobody will report crime they complain about the chinese neighborhoods
[01:25:54.000 --> 01:25:59.040] that they don't trust the police so they never report crimes so the it's a really hard form to
[01:25:59.040 --> 01:26:07.680] enforce the law in those areas because nobody trusts the police so to get them to trust the police
[01:26:07.680 --> 01:26:16.240] if you report crime they have to protect you and that's why it's so powerful to call 9-1-1
[01:26:16.960 --> 01:26:25.680] because you become the victim you become that protected class i call 9-1-1 on the head of the
[01:26:26.560 --> 01:26:32.400] probate section the probation section in the county i live in and the policeman showed up
[01:26:32.400 --> 01:26:37.440] and stood talking to me he went and talked to the guy i was filing criminal charges against
[01:26:39.600 --> 01:26:45.440] i unloaded on him i broke him from sucking eggs
[01:26:48.800 --> 01:26:55.520] because i was a protected class he wouldn't talk to the criminal before he talked to the victim
[01:26:57.280 --> 01:27:00.320] i talked to the chief of police the chief police knew me real well
[01:27:00.320 --> 01:27:06.000] and i told him what had happened and he said well mr kelton he is a good officer but
[01:27:06.000 --> 01:27:11.520] but he's fairly new he's just been with us a few months and i said well i'll make you a deal
[01:27:12.560 --> 01:27:20.880] you bring him him in here and don't pay any attention to what i say and when i'm done
[01:27:20.880 --> 01:27:29.360] uh i'll forget about this whole thing and this particular chief of police knew me and he trusted
[01:27:29.360 --> 01:27:37.520] me so he said fair enough and he calls this officer in he said do you know who this is
[01:27:38.640 --> 01:27:48.080] well yes sir that's mr kelton he called you and over at the probation office yes it is
[01:27:48.080 --> 01:27:56.240] well mr kelton has something to say to you and i crawled right down his throat i worked him over

[01:29:19.360 --> 01:29:25.920] relating to his office he shall reduce complaint from information and submit it to the grand jury
[01:29:27.040 --> 01:29:34.800] i had the district attorney in wise county uh set up a meeting with me and his assistant
[01:29:34.800 --> 01:29:42.320] district attorney who was a law professor at uh taren county junior college on this issue

[01:29:51.840 --> 01:29:59.360] that is precisely what it says and i could find no way around it when a prosecuting attorney is made

[01:34:11.040 --> 01:34:17.920] have or fails to perform a duty they're required to perform and in the process denies the citizen
[01:34:17.920 --> 01:34:24.560] in the full and free access to or enjoyment of a right that is a class a misdemeanor in the

[01:34:44.960 --> 01:34:54.320] penal code official question go to school board member they're elected absolutely if they're acting
[01:34:54.320 --> 01:35:01.040] in the capacity of a public official and they fail to perform a duty they're required to perform
[01:35:02.000 --> 01:35:07.680] and in doing so denies a citizen doesn't have to be the complainant any citizen

[01:35:13.440 --> 01:35:17.920] okay i'm hanging up now but i want to hear more about the kuklux client act tomorrow night
[01:35:17.920 --> 01:35:25.520] okay we will do that okay all right thank you thank you mary now we're going to this looks
[01:35:25.520 --> 01:35:33.920] like a first time caller it has a 903 area code which i happen to know is east texas but it's
[01:35:33.920 --> 01:35:43.440] it's listed as from california so if you're in the 903 area code uh give us the first name in a state
[01:35:43.440 --> 01:35:53.040] sure this is ted texas ted in texas okay yeah are you a first time caller
[01:35:54.800 --> 01:36:02.080] yes i am i am okay and i will put you in our database first day but you won't get
[01:36:02.080 --> 01:36:15.120] any you won't get any obnoxious emails from us oh man unless you want some okay what do you have
[01:36:15.120 --> 01:36:27.440] for us today okay i was calling kind of just to get the next steps today i went to a city court
[01:36:27.440 --> 01:36:38.160] in alto and had a citation for speeding and no license no driver's license i had put in your
[01:36:39.920 --> 01:36:45.760] challenge of subject matter jurisdiction special appearance motion and limited area good
[01:36:47.520 --> 01:36:54.560] all that the preliminary request for preliminary hearing and discovery request for admissions
[01:36:54.560 --> 01:37:02.640] preservation rights and just throw in some fuel on the fire i threw in eddie's motion to quash so
[01:37:03.200 --> 01:37:08.560] i think that uh is the trick with them and got them they were they weren't they were pretty salty
[01:37:08.560 --> 01:37:17.200] all day which is just fine i expected that but uh okay was this your first time before the court
[01:37:17.200 --> 01:37:27.440] the usual before this court yes uh so yeah it's a each time to learning experience and so yeah i'm
[01:37:27.440 --> 01:37:35.600] just trying to build my knowledge here and keep moving forward okay did the judge rule on all your
[01:37:35.600 --> 01:37:50.800] motions he did how did he remove rule on all your motions uh basically denied is how he the word he
[01:37:50.800 --> 01:37:58.160] put it i've got to go and see what he actually put on them uh to see if he actually did put
[01:37:58.160 --> 01:38:04.800] anything on them uh check the record basically okay did he deny the challenge to subject
[01:38:04.800 --> 01:38:12.320] matter jurisdiction uh there's a lot of things that judge can do with the challenge to subject
[01:38:12.320 --> 01:38:22.800] matter jurisdiction but deny it is not one of those things let me so let's see he he just said no
[01:38:22.800 --> 01:38:30.640] no i do have jurisdiction in this matter and uh explain explain that you know this is a criminal
[01:38:30.640 --> 01:38:36.560] court and everything you're arguing here is commercial i tried to you know try to explain to
[01:38:36.560 --> 01:38:44.080] him you know what the arguments were of course they wanted me to the first thing they want me to do
[01:38:44.080 --> 01:38:51.440] was to orally argue my motion and of course as long as it is and as detailed as it is i told
[01:38:51.440 --> 01:38:56.800] them no it stands on its own i said you know i said i can sit here and read it to you forward
[01:38:56.800 --> 01:39:01.520] for word if that's what you would like but other than that i would you know i said you guys should
[01:39:01.520 --> 01:39:07.040] have read this word for word and we should be able to move from there and so of course they hadn't
[01:39:07.040 --> 01:39:14.000] read it well i think the uh prosecutor had but the judge had not he's glad had had the prosecutor
[01:39:14.000 --> 01:39:22.960] filed a response no then he doesn't get to argue anything he can't speak
[01:39:22.960 --> 01:39:34.960] you challenge when you go into court when a complaint is filed jurisdiction is presumed
[01:39:36.720 --> 01:39:42.400] once it is challenged if you stood in front of the court and said i challenge jurisdiction
[01:39:42.400 --> 01:39:51.840] the judge cannot simply tell you that he has jurisdiction he has to prove that he has jurisdiction
[01:39:52.880 --> 01:40:00.160] and he has to prove it on the record just denying your challenge subject matter jurisdiction
[01:40:00.160 --> 01:40:06.640] is not one of those things he can do uh if you have motions before the court and those motions
[01:40:06.640 --> 01:40:16.160] have issues in those motions he is required to rule on each of those issues if he doesn't rule on
[01:40:16.160 --> 01:40:22.720] each of those issues then he has denied you access to the court and that's an act of official
[01:40:22.720 --> 01:40:30.960] oppression each issue that's that's kind of what i was thinking when you were talking to the last
[01:40:30.960 --> 01:40:38.320] caller about official oppression i went that i'm kind of like what i've experienced today exactly
[01:40:39.120 --> 01:40:44.000] so i did i was able to record the whole thing which is good i'll go ahead and make a transcript of
[01:40:44.000 --> 01:40:47.760] that that's going to be a book oh you've been paying attention
[01:40:49.920 --> 01:40:56.560] yeah yes like i said i've listened to you guys for a while okay i don't you know of course i'm
[01:40:56.560 --> 01:41:02.000] going to i'm going to miss things something's up so here we go okay in this case it doesn't
[01:41:02.000 --> 01:41:07.840] matter if you miss anything up you can fix it so don't worry about missing things up just
[01:41:07.840 --> 01:41:15.040] don't say anything audacious in court or don't threaten to beat them up or anything like that
[01:41:15.040 --> 01:41:25.120] you're good they're in the wrong position they have screwed themselves so start filing judicial
[01:41:25.120 --> 01:41:31.600] conduct complaints definitely did everything for which you file a judicial conduct complaint
[01:41:31.600 --> 01:41:38.560] file a bar grievance against the lawyer right yeah you got to know that lawyer is not sharp
[01:41:38.560 --> 01:41:44.880] snipe in the drawer or he wouldn't be down there in the municipal court groving for dollars he'd
[01:41:44.880 --> 01:41:58.240] be out making the big bucks he's the city attorney for alto you know whoa that's what i mean groving
[01:41:58.240 --> 01:42:11.360] for dollars how old was he uh i would say 60 65 somewhere in there and he's obviously not the
[01:42:11.360 --> 01:42:20.400] sharpest knife in the drawer if he was he would be retired with lots of money and wouldn't be down
[01:42:20.400 --> 01:42:27.920] here schlepping around in the municipal courts so bar grieves the snot out of him
[01:42:30.880 --> 01:42:35.120] he is has a duty to notify the court when the court's screwing up
[01:42:35.120 --> 01:42:41.040] up and if he didn't he gets bar grieved for each time
[01:42:45.360 --> 01:42:48.320] i'm gonna file those grievances at least a week apart
[01:42:50.480 --> 01:42:53.760] okay yeah that's all right that keeps them from grouping them together
[01:42:55.680 --> 01:42:59.040] yep it sounds like you have the right attitude this
[01:42:59.040 --> 01:43:05.600] this can really be fun everything goes downhill from them for them from this point
[01:43:07.680 --> 01:43:13.680] it is it is fun and even though the first time i went before court and tried to run
[01:43:13.680 --> 01:43:19.680] through this you know of course wasn't as prepared as you need to be but the the adrenaline
[01:43:20.320 --> 01:43:26.800] is flowing so strongly that you i couldn't even take notes my hand was shaking so bad it was hilarious
[01:43:26.800 --> 01:43:35.520] uh today was much better yes the first time i went before the court i thought i was gonna
[01:43:35.520 --> 01:43:45.760] bomb it we're at the cliff we'll be right back oh no i got 15 seconds

[01:48:06.720 --> 01:48:13.600]  39.03 texas penal code and that's a class a misdemeanor
[01:48:16.080 --> 01:48:22.320] so while you have the right to appeal in a traffic case or in any case
[01:48:22.320 --> 01:48:32.080] uh when they say right to appeal they're assuming that you're exercising your right to appeal
[01:48:32.720 --> 01:48:38.000] to the appellate court in the case of a class a misdemeanor you would appeal
[01:48:38.880 --> 01:48:46.480] to the county court but i'm suggesting that you appeal to the grand jury
[01:48:46.480 --> 01:48:55.920] you appeal to them and ask them to arrest that chump for violation of 39.03 penal code
[01:48:57.680 --> 01:49:02.880] see if you can't get him indicted that will get his attention
[01:49:02.880 --> 01:49:05.360]  just did i have i came off big time
[01:49:08.400 --> 01:49:15.520] oh we did this to a district judge uh he rendered a ruling and we asked for findings
[01:49:15.520 --> 01:49:24.240] affecting conclusions at law and i think through 197 says that uh the judge shall produce findings
[01:49:24.240 --> 01:49:30.960] affecting conclusions at law within 20 days if he doesn't you can file a notice of late filing
[01:49:30.960 --> 01:49:38.560] and he's got 10 more days on the 20th day we filed a notice of late filing and we filed
[01:49:38.560 --> 01:49:47.280] criminal charges with the grand jury for official oppression let me ask let me ask you about that
[01:49:48.640 --> 01:49:57.200] the findings of facts and conclusions uh law are that in criminal also because i had a uh
[01:49:57.840 --> 01:50:02.400] jp tell me he didn't have to do that that's right he doesn't
[01:50:02.400 --> 01:50:10.880] you don't care you file against him anyway let him explain it to they explain that to grand jury
[01:50:12.400 --> 01:50:16.000] he is required to properly apply the law to the facts
[01:50:17.840 --> 01:50:23.360] and if you ask him to demonstrate how you he applied the law to the facts and he doesn't do it
[01:50:23.360 --> 01:50:34.000] that creates the uh most term the the something in in front the adverse inference
[01:50:35.120 --> 01:50:44.240] that he did not apply the law to the facts and based on that adverse inference you can accuse him
[01:50:44.240 --> 01:50:51.440] of not applying the law to the facts if he did he can certainly explain that to the grand jury
[01:50:51.440 --> 01:50:56.000] and they probably won't indict him good luck with that power
[01:51:01.920 --> 01:51:03.680] this this used to be so much fun
[01:51:06.640 --> 01:51:11.280] i know you you've you've told the stories over and over over the years and i've enjoyed them every
[01:51:11.280 --> 01:51:19.440] time uh as you call it running the routine uh on people so and that will it will really wind up
[01:51:19.440 --> 01:51:26.720] up you know everywhere i go and work to work them over the word goes out of that counten s o b
[01:51:27.360 --> 01:51:33.840] shows up in your court watch out he's just trying to get you to do something so he can call 911
[01:51:33.840 --> 01:51:43.600] try to get you arrested and that's right i am and don't screw with me and it is so much once
[01:51:43.600 --> 01:51:52.400] you've done this time or two it it gets more automatic i went to the district court and the
[01:51:52.400 --> 01:52:01.680] criminal court in travis county and i had went to the civil court and i wouldn't wear a mask so the
[01:52:01.680 --> 01:52:07.440] sergeant came down but somebody that recognized me they knew who i was because i've hammered him
[01:52:07.440 --> 01:52:14.320] before and the sergeant come down and he said uh mr counten can i help you i said you can uh
[01:52:14.320 --> 01:52:18.960] i said i need some i have business in the court and i'm not going to wear one of those masks
[01:52:18.960 --> 01:52:24.400] i've had a lung issue and you need to provide me with a combination of the americans disabilities
[01:52:24.400 --> 01:52:32.080] act and he he thought a minute and he said well how about it if you sit here on this bench and
[01:52:32.080 --> 01:52:43.040] wait for me and i will go up and get the clerk and bring her down to you yes exactly i said absolutely
[01:52:44.480 --> 01:52:50.480] was that hard so the clerk comes down and says well i don't have the record you're looking for
[01:52:50.480 --> 01:52:56.000] you need to go over the next building here the criminal courts building and ask for susie something
[01:52:56.000 --> 01:53:04.000] or other so i said okay well thank you very much and i went down to the other building i went to
[01:53:04.000 --> 01:53:10.480] the little metal detector and i wasn't going in without a mask and i didn't have one on and he
[01:53:10.480 --> 01:53:15.120] said uh well you need to wear a mask said no don't i'm not going in there i need you to go get susie
[01:53:15.120 --> 01:53:24.960] whatever and it was and this guy looked at me a little short guy had a military tat on his right
[01:53:24.960 --> 01:53:35.280] arm he looked up at me and he said is that an order well i expected that and i thought a minute
[01:53:35.280 --> 01:53:40.960] and i pulled out my rubber ball theory if you haven't seen that see me an email and i'll send it to
[01:53:40.960 --> 01:53:49.840] you it's a very specific technique so uh i thought a second and he said is that an order and i thought
[01:53:49.840 --> 01:53:57.600] a second i said yes as a matter of fact it is he said how's that working out for you so far
[01:53:59.040 --> 01:54:08.320] i said pretty good you want to test it he said yes wait right there i walked about six feet away
[01:54:08.320 --> 01:54:13.520] took out my phone i started darling he said you're gonna have to go outside and use that phone i said
[01:54:13.520 --> 01:54:19.680] you're leaving me alone and get your hand off that pistol he had his hand on the pistol and he jerked
[01:54:19.680 --> 01:54:25.440] his hand off that pistol like it was on fire the training says they're supposed to put their hand
[01:54:25.440 --> 01:54:32.480] in their in their bulletproof vest to keep it away from their pistol i caught him and he knew i'd
[01:54:32.480 --> 01:54:42.960] call it good idea you see what wow i just said wow yeah so so he jerked his hand away from that
[01:54:44.160 --> 01:54:49.200] and the the bailiff on the other the other side of the aisle where they walk in and out
[01:54:49.200 --> 01:54:54.640] he came over and said something this guy he backed up and i called 911 i want somebody
[01:54:54.640 --> 01:55:03.920] come out there and arrest him but he didn't see that coming now i'm going to use him as a crash dummy
[01:55:05.040 --> 01:55:08.800] to try to force the district attorney to present him to the grand jury
[01:55:09.440 --> 01:55:12.880] for for first degree felony aggravated assault
[01:55:15.360 --> 01:55:21.440] you want to play hardball bubba i will introduce you to the deep end of the pool
[01:55:21.440 --> 01:55:32.880] ball so he set himself up you can do that this gets to be it's so much fun my only problem with
[01:55:32.880 --> 01:55:40.000] with that was i had david louis with me david louis is an old jarhead and i was watching him
[01:55:40.000 --> 01:55:44.320] because i was pretty sure he was going to do something that would get us both put in jail
[01:55:44.320 --> 01:55:50.800] but he he contained himself
[01:55:54.000 --> 01:56:01.520] this is what you get once you start doing this this is a valuable service what you're doing
[01:56:01.520 --> 01:56:08.880] is valuable not just to these courts it is to the courts because it teaches them a little
[01:56:08.880 --> 01:56:18.320] dignity and respect but it also serves the purpose of of softening their behavior on
[01:56:18.320 --> 01:56:21.520] everybody else because they never know which one's going to do this to them
[01:56:23.600 --> 01:56:30.560] this whole system was designed for people just like you
[01:56:30.560 --> 01:56:40.320] this is how we keep the system keep integrity in the system these public officials inside
[01:56:40.320 --> 01:56:47.360] the system can't fix it they may recognize and realize how bad it is but they're stuck inside it
[01:56:49.440 --> 01:56:54.880] we have the advantage of being outside their system you know i was in the military
[01:56:54.880 --> 01:57:02.480] and when a general would come on the base we had to trim everything just perfect
[01:57:02.480 --> 01:57:08.160] pick up every cigarette but everything had to be perfect there was only one person we were
[01:57:08.160 --> 01:57:17.600] more afraid of than a general and that was a civilian because the civilian was the only one
[01:57:17.600 --> 01:57:25.200] that could march into the general's office and crawl down his throat stomping his feet all the way you
[01:57:25.200 --> 01:57:33.680] are in that position as a citizen and a republican i can't tell you how pleased i am that you're
[01:57:33.680 --> 01:57:44.400] taking them on oh yeah it will get easier it will get a lot more fun did you get a ticket
[01:57:44.400 --> 01:57:49.680] by a municipal police officer or a county who wrote you the citation yes
[01:57:51.520 --> 01:58:00.240] so it was a municipal police officer oh good there's nothing that gives him authority to enforce
[01:58:02.160 --> 01:58:08.400] i know i know and they just said constantly no we have the right to enforce every law
[01:58:08.400 --> 01:58:15.680]  it's i forget what they cited but it's like i said but let's contradict that so we're who's
[01:58:15.680 --> 01:58:22.800] who's you know who's right because well i have to go amazing so did you file a teacole complaint
[01:58:22.800 --> 01:58:33.120] against him where we go i'm about to tomorrow okay send me an email i will send you a teacole
[01:58:33.120 --> 01:58:40.720] form that i've converted to hgml oh there's nothing you can pull it up fill in the blanks
