[01:14.880 --> 01:18.720]  have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones,
[01:18.720 --> 01:23.040]  since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test
[01:23.040 --> 01:28.000]  the herb for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this
[01:28.000 --> 01:32.880]  month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the
[01:32.880 --> 01:37.120]  law. Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in
[01:37.120 --> 01:42.080]  a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized
[01:42.080 --> 01:48.000]  in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works,
[01:48.000 --> 01:54.400]  as well as other cities too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Caima Esparza, a Democrat
[01:54.400 --> 01:59.600]  who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution
[01:59.600 --> 02:05.040]  of marijuana cases in El Paso. However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball,
[02:05.040 --> 02:09.760]  an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly
[02:09.760 --> 02:14.160]  changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. It's important that if
[02:14.160 --> 02:18.000]  someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with.

[13:20.040 --> 13:24.040]  Well it's actually another federal agency

[14:15.040 --> 14:18.040]  At first they're saying we can't find anything
[14:18.040 --> 14:23.040]  I am actually employed by the contractor
[14:23.040 --> 14:26.040]  And I am working on one of these contracts
[14:26.040 --> 14:30.040]  That I'm trying to find out about
[14:30.040 --> 14:36.040]  And TVA is saying we can't find anything
[14:36.040 --> 14:40.040]  So I gave them some more information
[14:40.040 --> 14:44.040]  And now, and I did a fee waiver request
[14:44.040 --> 14:47.040]  And they have granted my fee waiver request
[14:47.040 --> 14:51.040]  Otherwise I would have to pay for these documents
[14:51.040 --> 14:55.040]  So now they're saying that I can only get
[14:55.040 --> 14:58.040]  Two hours of their time for free
[14:58.040 --> 15:02.040]  And the first hundred pages for free
[15:02.040 --> 15:05.040]  They're stonewalling
[15:05.040 --> 15:09.040]  What can I do?

[15:14.040 --> 15:19.040]  File a petition with the Federal District Court
[15:19.040 --> 15:23.040]  For writ of mandamus
[15:23.040 --> 15:26.040]  Or some people call it a writ of mandate

[15:29.040 --> 15:31.040]  The Tennessee Valley Authority
[15:31.040 --> 15:35.040]  To do what the law commands them to do
[15:35.040 --> 15:38.040]  Now it doesn't matter if the court
[15:38.040 --> 15:43.040]  Approves your writ of mandamus or not
[15:43.040 --> 15:45.040]  When you file it
[15:45.040 --> 15:48.040]  The TVA is going to have to answer it
[15:48.040 --> 15:53.040]  That's going to start costing a lot of money
[15:53.040 --> 15:57.040]  And then when you start hammering their lawyers
[15:57.040 --> 16:04.040]  If you find that they have deliberately
[16:04.040 --> 16:09.040]  Attempted to hide this information from you
[16:09.040 --> 16:15.040]  Then you start filing criminal charges with a local FBI
[16:15.040 --> 16:17.040]  Now they're not going to do anything
[16:17.040 --> 16:20.040]  They're not going to prosecute these guys
[16:20.040 --> 16:23.040]  But what they are going to do
[16:23.040 --> 16:26.040]  If you file with the Special Agent Charge
[16:26.040 --> 16:30.040]  He's going to have to do a little CYA

[28:42.040 --> 28:45.040]  And I was visiting up in Tennessee where I'm from
[28:45.040 --> 28:47.040]  And up there we got hillbillies
[28:47.040 --> 28:49.040]  What do you got here in Alabama?
[28:49.040 --> 28:54.040]  And without the slightest hesitation he said, white trash
[28:54.040 --> 29:08.040]  So, okay, so possibly that mutual friend might be a good one to do that
[29:08.040 --> 29:13.040]  Because he's stirring up some stink in other places
[29:13.040 --> 29:18.040]  And just so everybody knows I happen to know for sure who that mutual friend is
[29:18.040 --> 29:26.040]  But he's likely to have nothing to do with you or what you're into

[29:30.040 --> 29:33.040]  Oh, he might know somebody that's good

[35:02.040 --> 35:27.040]  Well, the latest females, they said that I could only get two hours of their time at 100 pages and I don't know how long it would take for them to research and provide the information that I requested

[35:35.040 --> 35:45.040]  When I request information, I do not request copies, I will not accept copies, I want to see the actual documents
[35:45.040 --> 36:04.040]  And they will say, well, it has restricted information and we have to redact it and I tell them your problem, not my problem, if you elected to keep restricted information with public information
[36:04.040 --> 36:22.040]  Redacting that document is on your dime, not my dime, and they're going to claim they can and say, okay, we'll go to the federal courts and see what they say about it because I believe you combine this information for the purpose of obstructing my access to public records
[36:22.040 --> 36:40.040]  That's not what you want to do, I had to see, the Terrant County, Texas, Fort Worth, when I asked for all the emails from a judge, produced 6,000 copies
[36:40.040 --> 36:58.040]  And they said they told me how much it would be for the copies, I said, no, it won't be any such thing, I do not want to see copies, I want to see that information in the media in which it is stored
[36:58.040 --> 37:06.040]  So I went down there and they had a stack of documents sitting on the table, a foot and a half tall
[37:06.040 --> 37:22.040]  They had copied it anyway and didn't charge me and they brought somebody in there to watch me when I went through it and I started looking through these and it looked like somebody had taken these 6,000 pages and shuffled them
[37:22.040 --> 37:36.040]  And I had her called ahead of the civil section and diamond back in and I said, who shuffled these documents? She said, well, that's the way they come out of the computer, no, they did not come out of the computer that way
[37:36.040 --> 37:44.040]  Computers would not know how to make this kind of mess, these have been deliberately shuffled
[37:44.040 --> 37:52.040]  I do not consider this stack of documents responsive to my request
[37:52.040 --> 38:01.040]  She spun around and stormed out of the room and the guy they had put in there to watch me, I guess he didn't like her
[38:01.040 --> 38:19.040]  Because he was sitting in a chair with his fingers steepled in front of him, just watching and when she stormed out of the room he watched her go out and he looked back at me, gave me a thumbs up
[38:19.040 --> 38:22.040]  That was so much fun
[38:22.040 --> 38:30.040]  I remember you telling that story, so I can request examining these documents
[38:30.040 --> 38:39.040]  And you asked to inspect, is what they call it, inspecting as opposed to getting copies

[38:58.040 --> 39:11.040]  Look at, read some of those, I've been real careful, I just had the county attorney tell the attorney general that I requested court records under the open records act and they don't fall under the open records act

[39:19.040 --> 39:33.040]  I simply requested those records and whatever law applies, I don't have to invoke that law by referencing it
[39:33.040 --> 39:45.040]  I just asked to see the records and in the request, I put in there, this shall not be construed as a request for copies
[39:45.040 --> 39:55.040]  I demand to inspect the records in the media in which they are preserved
[39:55.040 --> 40:00.040]  And it's really obnoxious, I like mine because it's so obnoxious
[40:00.040 --> 40:05.040]  You are hereby directed to provide all of the following
[40:05.040 --> 40:16.040]  And then I go through this litany of what I want to do to you if you don't give them to me, you might look at that request, I spent 10 or 15 years perfecting that thing
[40:16.040 --> 40:27.040]  But it anticipates them wanting to charge you for copies and wanting to charge you for redactions
[40:27.040 --> 40:36.040]  You certainly don't have to use mine, but look at it and it'll give you an idea of how to kind of skate around all this garbage they pull
[40:36.040 --> 40:48.040]  One other thought, Randy, in my time that I spent composing these letters that I sent requesting these documents
[40:48.040 --> 41:08.040]  I did a quick down and dirty Google search and I stumbled upon a letter that afford you to the TVA that was sent about a year ago by a watchdog group
[41:08.040 --> 41:21.040]  by the name of American Oversight, they were created in 2017, it's a Democrat based, I don't know if you've ever heard of the group, American Oversight
[41:21.040 --> 41:24.040]  No, I haven't heard of those
[41:24.040 --> 41:42.040]  But that certainly brings up an issue, if they have already researched out your requested information for somebody else, they don't get to charge you for doing it again
[41:42.040 --> 42:01.040]  Which brings up an idea, you might put in a request for copies of all of the requests for information that they have received, then you'll know what they've already compiled
[42:01.040 --> 42:07.040]  And you might find some of that
[42:07.040 --> 42:10.040]  I'm sorry, go ahead
[42:10.040 --> 42:25.040]  This particular FOIA that I plagiarized, I used one of your techniques, I plagiarized a lot of the language, the several paragraphs, I mean, therefore I was

Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law.
[01:01:33.040 --> 01:02:01.040]  Mr Abbott and other state officials including the Attorney General stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well as other cities too like the district attorney in El Paso, Kymah Esparza, a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the law quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso.
[01:02:01.040 --> 01:02:22.040]  However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County who stated that quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup. It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with.

[01:05:03.040 --> 01:05:18.040]  Basically, it's still the same situation and with regard to COVID, we still have the vaccines are still being rolled out.

[01:07:32.040 --> 01:07:49.040]  Okay, okay, hold on, hold on just a second. Can you give me something so that when I say in the last measles epidemic, 80% were vaccinated? Can you give me some source for that?
[01:07:49.040 --> 01:08:03.040]  I have a friend, Ken Magnuson, and he's a real pain in the rear. I can't say anything to him. But what he says, what'd you get that? Show me where you got that from?

[01:09:22.040 --> 01:09:33.040]  I call these people directly. And I don't just get it out of books and off the internet and find, I've got a knowledge base so that if I come across information tomorrow,
[01:09:33.040 --> 01:09:44.040]  I can tell you if it's correct or incorrect, because I have a knowledge base. Well, anyway, to get back to the point, medical doctors are not told.
[01:09:44.040 --> 01:09:53.040]  You know, they say, well, it's the doctor's fault. No, it's not the doctor's fault. Pharmaceutical companies control very much what doctors know.
[01:09:53.040 --> 01:10:00.040]  And if they don't want them to know it, they don't give it to them. That's why doctors don't realize how dangerous it is.
[01:10:00.040 --> 01:10:15.040]  Let me interrupt for just a second. I just went to my mom's funeral. And at the funeral was my nephew, who is a physician. He was an emergency room physician.
[01:10:15.040 --> 01:10:27.040]  Now he is working for the VA. And I talked to him about this. He's doing some research for me. He's going to come on the show.
[01:10:27.040 --> 01:10:37.040]  We're going to do a show with him. Now, he's a physician who has no dog and he has no political position in all of this.
[01:10:37.040 --> 01:10:56.040]  He only cares about his patients. Right. And he got the vaccine. But he said before I got that vaccine, there was a study in Israel that he watched that study very carefully before he got that vaccine.
[01:10:56.040 --> 01:11:11.040]  I will be bringing him on the show and I would like you on the show when I do. When I spoke to him, I got a very different perspective.
[01:11:11.040 --> 01:11:24.040]  He's not a patriot. He doesn't have a position on one side or the other. He just cares about his patients.
[01:11:24.040 --> 01:11:39.040]  Right. And he spoke to this in the vaccines and the nature of the vaccines in detail. And based on his research, because he heard all the negative stuff and positive stuff.

[01:11:48.040 --> 01:11:57.040]  I found that very interesting and I especially found his perspective much different.
[01:11:57.040 --> 01:12:11.040]  He didn't know about all of this controversy that we on this program here. We hear the left screaming one thing, the right screaming another thing and we're trying to figure out what's going on.

[01:14:03.040 --> 01:14:19.040]  This is what doctors were about. He got to save this child's life and there was nothing for him that was more valuable to him than saving that child's life and that's all he cared about.

[01:14:29.040 --> 01:14:39.040]  Well, from what you're telling me, if I get this correctly, it's going to be a problem too at the same time because he's not into the full picture.
