[01:14.280 --> 01:18.840]  San Antonio have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones
[01:18.840 --> 01:22.800]  since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to
[01:22.800 --> 01:27.520]  test the herb for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced
[01:27.520 --> 01:31.720]  earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana
[01:31.720 --> 01:33.680]  cases because of the law.
[01:33.680 --> 01:37.560]  Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter
[01:37.560 --> 01:42.080]  to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized
[01:42.080 --> 01:48.240]  in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as
[01:48.240 --> 01:54.480]  well as other cities too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Cayman Esparza, a Democrat
[01:54.480 --> 01:58.960]  who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the
[01:58.960 --> 02:01.760]  prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso.
[02:01.760 --> 02:06.720]  However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball and assistant public defender
[02:06.720 --> 02:11.200]  in Harris County who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something
[02:11.200 --> 02:13.480]  illegal based on its chemical makeup.
[02:13.480 --> 02:17.360]  It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're
[02:17.360 --> 02:22.600]  charged with.
[02:22.600 --> 02:27.560]  A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as the
[02:27.560 --> 02:32.720]  first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark
[02:32.720 --> 02:38.360]  ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific

[05:50.940 --> 05:58.180]  Well, it turns out they're not the bank that started the interaction in the first place,
[05:58.180 --> 06:03.340]  so they actually have no, they don't hold a note or anything, they're just interlopers,
[06:03.340 --> 06:05.580]  but they want a foreclose.
[06:05.580 --> 06:10.660]  And, you know, she's scared, she doesn't know what to do, and it's really interesting
[06:10.660 --> 06:18.660]  because just a few little letters and a few, you know, we got one affidavit filed, of course,
[06:18.660 --> 06:19.820]  now they can't rebut that.
[06:19.820 --> 06:24.820]  There's nothing they can say to that, that's best evidence, that's first-hand evidence,
[06:24.820 --> 06:30.660]  and they've got nothing, and they're dancing around and saying all sorts of things and
[06:30.660 --> 06:35.700]  talking about things that don't matter, and I'm bar-grieving them for it, one after the
[06:35.700 --> 06:36.700]  other.

[06:42.420 --> 06:49.580]  And today we've got, the judge has, they've set a hearing, and the judge has failed to

[07:10.540 --> 07:16.420]  So I've got a bar grievance for the attorney, and I've got a judicial misconduct complaint
[07:16.420 --> 07:22.460]  for the judge, official oppression, criminal complaint for the judge, and I think they're,
[07:22.460 --> 07:26.060]  they're going to start to see real quick that they really don't want to mess with this sweet

[41:17.820 --> 41:33.820]  The first foreclosure issue I addressed was in 2007. It was a fellow broadcaster. He came to me and he needed a lawsuit because he had two days before an eviction hearing.
[41:33.820 --> 41:47.820]  They had already foreclosed and they were coming to a victim. They had two days. I told him, I'm still doing my research. He said, I don't have time for you to do research. I need to do something quick.
[41:47.820 --> 42:03.820]  I got down a bunch of arguments and stuck them in this lawsuit and gave it to him and he filed it. He went to the JP, to the hearing and told him that he had filed a civil suit in the state court challenging title.
[42:03.820 --> 42:10.820]  And the JP said, well, if you're challenging title, I don't have jurisdiction to get out of my court.
[42:10.820 --> 42:23.820]  Seven years later, he had by then taken the thing over himself and he made, he let the lawyers call him into a procedural error.
[42:23.820 --> 42:33.820]  But from the point of them about to send the constable out to carry his stuff out on the street, two days from that, seven years later he was still in court.
[42:33.820 --> 42:48.820]  If he hadn't screwed up, he'd likely still be in court with him. But over time, we've kind of figured out that the worst place to address the foreclosure issue is in court.
[42:48.820 --> 42:57.820]  If you're already in court, we have to deal with it. But the best way to handle it is with mediation.
[42:57.820 --> 43:04.820]  So you want to get the bank to have a good reason to come to the table.
[43:04.820 --> 43:17.820]  And Brett's the right guy to give them a good reason to come to the table because he'll show you how to beat up the lawyers to the point that the bank can't hire a lawyer to prosecute your case.
[43:17.820 --> 43:41.820]  Because Brett will bar grieve them into the Stone Age. We have tools. And if you're feeling really frustrated, one of the great ways of getting over that frustration is to go in there and kick the judge and the lawyers on the other side in their professional paths, take the fight back to them.

[47:34.820 --> 47:53.820]  Maybe it's a mortgage. Okay, this is the fight that you've been having with them. I mean, 15 years is too complex to go into on the air, but one of the things that we understand about the courts, it's okay, it's a bank.

[47:56.820 --> 47:58.820]  06.
[47:58.820 --> 48:07.820]  06, that means they have probably sold your note 50 times.
[48:07.820 --> 48:09.820]  12 at least.
[48:09.820 --> 48:15.820]  Well, I know there's something else that went on back then that you may not know about.
[48:15.820 --> 48:20.820]  They don't tell you every time they do it. They're not likely to just announce that.
[48:20.820 --> 48:31.820]  Yeah, and it's a little long to go in on the air, but essentially they would give a mortgage to anyone who could stand up, breathe and sign the note.
[48:31.820 --> 48:35.820]  And they did not want you to pay it back.
[48:35.820 --> 48:52.820]  The reason they didn't want you to pay it back is because they took your mortgage and sold it to a special purpose vehicle that was created for the purpose of getting a whole bunch of mortgages and pull them into an investment pool.
[48:52.820 --> 49:14.820]  And then they would sell them to investors and they had this whole scheme for doing that. And that would have been okay or bad enough, but they would take that same note, change a little the information and sell it to another investment pool.
[49:14.820 --> 49:21.820]  And each time they sold it to an investment pool, they would get mortgage insurance.
[49:21.820 --> 49:27.820]  But mortgage insurance only pays off 85%. So they needed it paid down 15%.
[49:27.820 --> 49:33.820]  So the bank, every time you make a payment, is going to match your payment to all of these others they've sold them to.
[49:33.820 --> 49:38.820]  China accused Bank of America of selling them the same note 60 times.
[49:38.820 --> 49:44.820]  So each time they sell it, they get 103% of the original principal.
[49:44.820 --> 49:54.820]  So they have this huge pool of money and every time that you make a payment, they match it 59 payments or how many times they've sold it.
[49:54.820 --> 50:04.820]  Once you get to 15% of your original principal paid down, now they need you to foreclose.
[50:04.820 --> 50:11.820]  Because if they can't foreclose, then they can't collect all these insurance policies.
[50:11.820 --> 50:20.820]  They see why they will fight you like a tiger. They don't care how much you fight them. They need to foreclose.
[50:20.820 --> 50:33.820]  So there's another way of doing this. And I don't want to talk to this too much on the air, but there's a way to bring the bank to the table, knowing that the bank has to foreclose.
[50:33.820 --> 50:42.820]  We've got that. How can we work a deal where the bank gets to foreclose, but you need to keep the property?
[50:42.820 --> 50:49.820]  And we can do that. And the advantage that you have is you've been beating them up for 15 years.
[50:49.820 --> 50:59.820]  And neither Brad or I are going to go up there and move into your house and start filing motions in your case. That's not going to happen.

[52:22.820 --> 52:30.820]  And the reason for that is, if the judge is really mad at you, you're a prosaic litigant. He can't do anything to you.
[52:30.820 --> 52:34.820]  The only one he can do something to is a lawyer on the other side.
[52:34.820 --> 52:40.820]  He can't tell that lawyer on the other side, you better get this guy off of me or I'm going to screw you.
[52:40.820 --> 52:46.820]  He can't screw you. You are a prosaic, but he can screw the other lawyer.
[52:46.820 --> 52:56.820]  It's all about politics. Once you understand the politics, then you can really beat these guys up and give them a reason to want to come to the table.

[53:27.820 --> 53:43.820]  Like Katina. In her case, this bank and lawyer in Texas made up a fraudulent document and filed it somewhere else on her and put her name on it.
[53:43.820 --> 53:52.820]  She found out about it and filed criminal charges against them and we ran into a perfect storm.
[53:52.820 --> 54:01.820]  The one she filed criminal charges against at this time was a high-level Republican official.
[54:01.820 --> 54:10.820]  He used to be a bank president and now he's this high-level official. We can't say what it is because it's still for the grand jury.
[54:10.820 --> 54:16.820]  But she charged him criminally and we take it to the prosecutor attorney.
[54:16.820 --> 54:25.820]  The prosecutor attorney lost his primary. She was a Democrat. This guy's a Republican.
[54:25.820 --> 54:37.820]  Since she's not going to be the prosecutor attorney the next term, if she takes this complaint and stings a high-level Republican,
[54:37.820 --> 54:47.820]  that's going to bring her up and she's going to be a hero for the Democrats and she's likely to get nominated for another office.
[54:47.820 --> 54:55.820]  It has nothing to do with the courts. It has nothing to do with law. It has to do with politics.
[54:55.820 --> 55:02.820]  Everything is political. Once you understand that, you've got all kind of tools you can go after them with.

[57:55.820 --> 58:00.820]  I'm going to leave out the back way, me and the bailiff. This courtroom is yours all afternoon.

[01:01:36.820 --> 01:01:41.820]  that county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas
[01:01:41.820 --> 01:01:47.820]  and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works,
[01:01:47.820 --> 01:01:53.820]  as well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Kaima Esparza, a Democrat
[01:01:53.820 --> 01:02:00.820]  who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso.

[01:02:06.820 --> 01:02:12.820]  who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup.

[01:02:17.820 --> 01:02:26.820]  A paper by Tulane University identified a five-and-a-half-inch American pocket shark.

[01:05:44.820 --> 01:05:50.820]  And so I really felt for the story that he was telling.
[01:05:50.820 --> 01:05:55.820]  It sounds like he's educated himself quite a bit,
[01:05:55.820 --> 01:05:59.820]  that he's been able to defend as much as he has,
[01:05:59.820 --> 01:06:06.820]  and I'm glad he called in and, you know, he'll get more information to help him.
[01:06:06.820 --> 01:06:12.820]  But the key thing is, and I think you did excellent
[01:06:12.820 --> 01:06:17.820]  when you told him stories of other cases,
[01:06:17.820 --> 01:06:22.820]  and because that is, there's a lot you can do.
[01:06:22.820 --> 01:06:27.820]  And if nothing else, I think if anything really lets off the most themes
[01:06:27.820 --> 01:06:34.820]  and stress is when you know there are things you can do.
[01:06:34.820 --> 01:06:37.820]  You're just sitting there and you don't know what to do.
[01:06:37.820 --> 01:06:42.820]  That's when you just, the pressure builds to the breaking point.
[01:06:42.820 --> 01:06:46.820]  And so that's, I just wanted to,
[01:06:46.820 --> 01:06:50.820]  I was kind of hoping to get in on that call and have Tina,
[01:06:50.820 --> 01:06:54.820]  and I didn't catch the guy's name, but that was pretty much it.

[01:07:31.820 --> 01:07:35.820]  We feel isolated and oppressed.

[01:07:37.820 --> 01:07:42.820]  That was helpful for ready to open up some vision
[01:07:42.820 --> 01:07:47.820]  to other people's stories and the possibilities that are out there.
[01:07:47.820 --> 01:07:51.820]  Yeah, and there's options and there's things still to do.
[01:07:51.820 --> 01:07:57.820]  Any time I'm involved in my case,
[01:07:57.820 --> 01:08:02.820]  when I hunker down and focus and get, you know,

[01:08:13.820 --> 01:08:17.820]  And so that's the thing is just to have a,

[01:08:19.820 --> 01:08:21.820]  and just start knocking them off.
[01:08:21.820 --> 01:08:25.820]  And that's all you can do.
[01:08:25.820 --> 01:08:30.820]  And I wouldn't wish this on anybody.
[01:08:30.820 --> 01:08:31.820]  It's terrible.
[01:08:31.820 --> 01:08:36.820]  And especially when the man was saying that everything's invested in it
[01:08:36.820 --> 01:08:42.820]  and I don't know his age, but the same goes for me.

[01:09:43.820 --> 01:09:47.820]  rather than if you're renting somewhere and have a landlord.
[01:09:47.820 --> 01:09:50.820]  So it's where family gets together.
[01:09:50.820 --> 01:09:54.820]  It's where children are born and raised and so on.
[01:09:54.820 --> 01:09:57.820]  And, you know, a home is everything.
[01:09:57.820 --> 01:10:03.820]  And then there's, that's the human side of it.
[01:10:03.820 --> 01:10:07.820]  And then the financial side is that this is, homes are,
[01:10:07.820 --> 01:10:11.820]  depending on which financial guru you study,
[01:10:11.820 --> 01:10:14.820]  they're not necessarily an investment.
[01:10:14.820 --> 01:10:18.820]  And there's, you know, all the costs of key taxes and so on.
[01:10:18.820 --> 01:10:25.820]  So overall, it is a hedge against inflation and it is a hedge towards your retirement.
[01:10:25.820 --> 01:10:35.820]  And homeowner, homeowner is in retirement than non-homeowners.
[01:10:35.820 --> 01:10:39.820]  So, so much wealth has been...
[01:10:39.820 --> 01:10:44.820]  That's kind of loud.
[01:10:44.820 --> 01:10:53.820]  This wealth has been taken from people through these financial schemes of the bank.
[01:10:53.820 --> 01:11:05.820]  And so I absolutely know how the man feels and hope that...
[01:11:05.820 --> 01:11:07.820]  Sounds like he'll just keep pressing on.
[01:11:07.820 --> 01:11:08.820]  He's not going to give up.
[01:11:08.820 --> 01:11:13.820]  And I guess that's about all I have to say on it.
[01:11:13.820 --> 01:11:18.820]  You can tell he's a trooper because he kept them at bay for a lot of years.
[01:11:18.820 --> 01:11:22.820]  Before this recent unfortunate situation,
[01:11:22.820 --> 01:11:25.820]  somebody came along and started filing things on his behalf.
[01:11:25.820 --> 01:11:29.820]  He doesn't even know which court to go to to get the records yet.
[01:11:29.820 --> 01:11:32.820]  He's got to figure out what just happened.
[01:11:32.820 --> 01:11:36.820]  And I know that must feel even more overwhelming.
[01:11:36.820 --> 01:11:42.820]  But before that, I'm saying, before this, quote, help he just got,
[01:11:42.820 --> 01:11:44.820]  you can tell he was a trooper.
[01:11:44.820 --> 01:11:46.820]  Look how many years did he keep them?
[01:11:46.820 --> 01:11:48.820]  That was 2010.
[01:11:48.820 --> 01:11:54.820]  He's been holding those banks at bay.
[01:11:54.820 --> 01:11:57.820]  I applaud him for that.
[01:11:57.820 --> 01:12:03.820]  Yeah, mine was 2009 through 2015.
[01:12:03.820 --> 01:12:07.820]  And I, obviously, there's a lot of things different,
[01:12:07.820 --> 01:12:11.820]  but also prompted from the conversations earlier,
[01:12:11.820 --> 01:12:17.820]  they went forward with an eviction on me when there was a title dispute.
[01:12:17.820 --> 01:12:26.820]  And that's why they never had jurisdiction to issue a eviction.
[01:12:26.820 --> 01:12:31.820]  And that's why I sued Manuk, Socrates Peter Manukin,
[01:12:31.820 --> 01:12:38.820]  the judge in federal court, because he moved on and gave an issue of a writ
[01:12:38.820 --> 01:12:42.820]  to throw me out when the case was in federal court and he had no jurisdiction.
[01:12:42.820 --> 01:12:46.820]  He had no jurisdiction because title was in dispute and he had no jurisdiction
[01:12:46.820 --> 01:12:49.820]  because the case had been removed to federal court.
[01:12:49.820 --> 01:12:55.820]  And so I was absolutely, I didn't know what else to do,
[01:12:55.820 --> 01:12:57.820]  but just add his name to the lawsuit.
[01:12:57.820 --> 01:13:01.820]  And of course, the magistrate being a new magistrate in the federal court,
[01:13:01.820 --> 01:13:05.820]  well, he just, because of my financial situation, I was entitled.
[01:13:05.820 --> 01:13:13.820]  And he issued an order for the marshals to go serve Judge Manukin.
[01:13:13.820 --> 01:13:18.820]  And after that happened, that's when I got scared and ran to the FBI
[01:13:18.820 --> 01:13:20.820]  and said, you better start watching this judge.
[01:13:20.820 --> 01:13:26.820]  And it wasn't four weeks later that I had the army at my house.
[01:13:26.820 --> 01:13:32.820]  So there's a timeline of all this stuff and all of it's documented
[01:13:32.820 --> 01:13:35.820]  every step of the way, everything that's happened.
[01:13:35.820 --> 01:13:42.820]  And Brett, by the way, the latest is on this criminal charge.
[01:13:42.820 --> 01:13:45.820]  You know, they set it for trial.
[01:13:45.820 --> 01:13:49.820]  They forced the public defender on me last December.
[01:13:49.820 --> 01:13:52.820]  So that's been about, what, 13 months ago.
[01:13:52.820 --> 01:13:58.820]  He said he'd be ready for trial the first week of March.
[01:13:58.820 --> 01:14:03.820]  And they've been issuing trial dates.
[01:14:03.820 --> 01:14:07.820]  Now, I say they issued about 12 of them and they keep erasing them,
[01:14:07.820 --> 01:14:11.820]  but they've issued like 12 trial dates over the last year.
[01:14:11.820 --> 01:14:19.820]  And today, there's been a trial date for about six weeks.
[01:14:19.820 --> 01:14:27.820]  And today, I look online and it's been pushed out another two months.
[01:14:27.820 --> 01:14:33.820]  But they didn't erase the record this time of the hearing for Monday.

[01:36:38.820 --> 01:36:47.820]  But if the other side, the Republican side gets their act together and they get a strong candidate like this guy down in San Diego,

[01:38:25.820 --> 01:38:31.820]  And in fact, it ended in a tie.
[01:38:31.820 --> 01:38:38.820]  And he was outed during the interviews for the position.

[01:38:40.820 --> 01:38:47.820]  And he was asked five times, I believe, Tom Cotton, maybe not this other guy, nailed him,

[01:39:53.820 --> 01:40:01.820]  We've got also a recall going against the new district attorney in Los Angeles who came from San Francisco.

[01:40:11.820 --> 01:40:20.820]  It seems like everything that comes out of San Francisco, corrupt as hell, bad news.

[01:40:23.820 --> 01:40:36.820]  We got Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newsom, our VP right now, attorney Kamala Harris.

[01:41:46.820 --> 01:41:55.820]  And maybe that's why I am the way I am because I did send zero to seven in Orange County, you know, baby to seven years old.

[01:48:33.820 --> 01:48:43.820]  Now remember the heart attack was a second heart attack, the cardiologist's letter that said I was subject to sudden death and could not appear
[01:48:43.820 --> 01:48:50.820]  was vague to the judge, and so she was going to issue a bench for it, which forced me into the courtroom.
[01:48:50.820 --> 01:48:56.820]  I then, after some time in the hearing there, started to have a second heart attack.
[01:48:56.820 --> 01:49:04.820]  After she was warned by a doctor's letter, a cardiologist had told her I can't come to court, I could die.
[01:49:04.820 --> 01:49:14.820]  And so then she kept prosecuting me until the paramedics showed up and my blood pressure was 200 over 136.
[01:49:14.820 --> 01:49:18.820]  And I just had heart surgery four weeks earlier.
[01:49:18.820 --> 01:49:31.820]  That's depraved heart assault. If you could get a lawyer to take up a depraved heart assault charge against a judge,
[01:49:31.820 --> 01:49:45.820]  everybody in California who feels like they've been run through the ringer by the criminal justice system is going to vote for this guy when he runs for office.
[01:49:45.820 --> 01:49:49.820]  And their families as well.
[01:49:49.820 --> 01:49:58.820]  Every vote you get, you can count 15 of their social network.
[01:49:58.820 --> 01:50:02.820]  Right.

[01:52:00.820 --> 01:52:13.820]  Today I tried to call my court because I had filed or attempted to file a case against the attorney who made that promissory statement.
[01:52:13.820 --> 01:52:23.820]  You know, the one that I'm in the appeal against, I decided that I would file against the promissory fraud and his whole law firm.
[01:52:23.820 --> 01:52:27.820]  I think that was Brett's suggestion to go against the whole law firm.
[01:52:27.820 --> 01:52:35.820]  But I took it into, well, not into the court because you can't go in the court house.
[01:52:35.820 --> 01:52:46.820]  There's a drop box outside that's locked and you drop your cases in there and I was on the phone with him to make sure I got, you know, all the right documents to put in.
[01:52:46.820 --> 01:52:52.820]  And I had to go back home and print the order out for informal purpose.
[01:52:52.820 --> 01:52:58.820]  So I came back, put it in there on the 17th of February.
[01:52:58.820 --> 01:53:03.820]  It has still not been filed.
[01:53:03.820 --> 01:53:14.820]  When I called three days ago, they said, well, we're all backed up and when it gets in, it will be filed as of the day dropped it in.

[01:53:18.820 --> 01:53:22.820]  I called again today and because it was after one o'clock they wouldn't talk to me.
[01:53:22.820 --> 01:53:26.820]  Yesterday I called and they said, well, you'll have to call tomorrow.
[01:53:26.820 --> 01:53:42.820]  So I was busy all morning and didn't call but my concern is I wanted to try to get this filed and served on him before the appellate court had a chance to rule on the appeal that's going in.
[01:53:42.820 --> 01:53:49.820]  And now I don't think that's going to happen because I don't know when they're going to get it filed.
[01:53:49.820 --> 01:53:53.820]  How long has your appeal been before the court?
[01:53:53.820 --> 01:54:05.820]  It's been before a while. I just, I had to file my response to their brief by February the 17th and I got it in on the 16th.
[01:54:05.820 --> 01:54:14.820]  So they got my response to their reply on the day before I tried to file this case.
[01:54:14.820 --> 01:54:22.820]  Okay. Well, you can expect them to take six to nine months, the appellate court to respond.
[01:54:22.820 --> 01:54:28.820]  Okay. That's what we've found when we filed appeals.
[01:54:28.820 --> 01:54:35.820]  I think the appellate court was seven months and the Supreme was nine months.
[01:54:35.820 --> 01:54:44.820]  So you'll probably get it in time. It hasn't been that long.
[01:54:44.820 --> 01:54:57.820]  I was trying to, you know, make sure he couldn't say, oh, she lost this case and she went and filed another meritless case right after it, which is what he's going to say.
[01:54:57.820 --> 01:55:03.820]  But meritless is one thing, frivolous is another.
[01:55:03.820 --> 01:55:09.820]  Well, I don't think it's frivolous when he made the promise. They have to keep his promise, so.
[01:55:09.820 --> 01:55:16.820]  From Sirius Dopple. So that's what I'm at with that.
[01:55:16.820 --> 01:55:32.820]  And then I called the bankruptcy court where I'm trying to reopen my bankruptcy from 2014 to prove the fraud upon the court because it's too late to file bar grievances against the attorneys I had in that case.
[01:55:32.820 --> 01:55:42.820]  I filed them anyway, but they came back and said, oh, it's, it's too long. It's been five years and so we're not going to do anything about it.
[01:55:42.820 --> 01:56:01.820]  So that was filed February the, they received it February the 4th, and they still haven't made a decision as to whether they're going to allow me the appeal.
[01:56:01.820 --> 01:56:07.820]  Well, with them all backed up, the appeals court is always pretty slow anyway.
[01:56:07.820 --> 01:56:15.820]  So it will probably be another at least two or three months before they get to it.
[01:56:15.820 --> 01:56:18.820]  So you'll probably have time.
[01:56:18.820 --> 01:56:36.820]  Well, I guess in that time I'll be, I'm going to be checking in with Brett to see whether I filed some of these criminal complaints that I'm getting notarised. I'm getting five down a day at the moment because I can get five free notaries each day.
[01:56:36.820 --> 01:56:49.820]  So I have an appointment each morning and they're ready there with their stamp and I've got my stamp with my name and address and I even got a stamp saying criminal complaint against.
[01:56:49.820 --> 01:56:54.820]  So it makes that book neater and it gets me out of there quicker. So they're really happy with me.
[01:56:54.820 --> 01:56:57.820]  So they're taking flowers too.
[01:56:57.820 --> 01:57:04.820]  So are you going in alphabetical order? Are you just taking them in kind of a random way? What are you doing?
[01:57:04.820 --> 01:57:10.820]  I mean, can they see it coming? Oh no, she's almost to the bees.
[01:57:10.820 --> 01:57:16.820]  I've already told them I'm probably going to be here for the next two months every day.
[01:57:16.820 --> 01:57:31.820]  But I mean, they've literally, because right now they're not taking appointments, but I, I talked to the head postman and I said, there's no way I can do everything I got to do each day with a volunteer work, my, you know, complaints, my this and have to come every morning
[01:57:31.820 --> 01:57:36.820]  and then you bring me back an hour and a half later. So I got them persuaded to give me an appointment.
[01:57:36.820 --> 01:57:44.820]  Plus I've been going there for years and they said, is this still that real estate case? And I said, yep, it sure is.
[01:57:44.820 --> 01:57:55.820]  And it was really interesting because their notaries and I talked to them about the notary issues that we've had and they are extremely strict.
[01:57:55.820 --> 01:58:03.820]  Are you making me run off the cliff? Or is that you?
[01:58:03.820 --> 01:58:05.820]  You've still got 40 seconds.
[01:58:05.820 --> 01:58:22.820]  They've got 40 seconds. Okay. Well, they are, they are really a foil of what these notaries have done and they said that absolutely would not ever be allowed here, at least with triple A.

[01:58:29.820 --> 01:58:36.820]  Yeah, they're very attentive to detail, not like those crooked ones.
