[00:00.000 --> 00:06.800] The following news flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdowns.
[00:06.800 --> 00:13.200] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with precious metals, gold at $1,429 an ounce,
[00:13.200 --> 00:21.520] silver $16.45 an ounce, copper $2.75 an ounce, oil Texas crude $55.63 a barrel, Brent crude
[00:21.520 --> 00:29.840] $62.47 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum $200.00
[00:29.840 --> 00:41.440]  $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin.
[00:45.920 --> 00:52.400] In history, the year 1916, the preparedness day bombing, a time suitcase bomb was detonated
[00:52.400 --> 00:57.360] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade,
[00:57.360 --> 01:00.240]  killing 10 and entering 40 today in history.
[01:04.480 --> 01:09.440] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing HEPA to
[01:09.440 --> 01:14.080] tax his law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin,
[01:14.080 --> 01:18.080] and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file
[01:18.080 --> 01:22.640] new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment
[01:22.640 --> 01:27.760] to test the herb for THC. Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier
[01:27.760 --> 01:32.400] this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases
[01:32.400 --> 01:37.040] because of the law. Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General stipulated
[01:37.040 --> 01:42.080] in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized
[01:42.080 --> 01:48.320] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well
[01:48.320 --> 01:54.880] as other cities too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Kyma Esparza, a Democrat who also
[01:54.880 --> 01:59.600] stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution
[01:59.600 --> 02:05.040] of marijuana cases in El Paso. However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball,
[02:05.040 --> 02:08.640] an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote,
[02:08.640 --> 02:13.200] the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup.
[02:13.200 --> 02:17.840] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged
[02:17.840 --> 02:27.360] with. A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as
[02:27.360 --> 02:33.040] the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever
[02:33.040 --> 02:39.120] captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean.
[02:39.120 --> 02:44.240] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a lumus fluid from a gland near its
[02:44.240 --> 02:50.400] front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow.
[03:14.400 --> 03:16.240]  The
[03:27.200 --> 03:32.640] bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you,
[03:32.640 --> 03:38.320] bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you,
[03:38.320 --> 03:43.840] when you were eight and you had bad grades, you go to school and earn the gold and lose,
[03:43.840 --> 03:50.880] so why are you acting like a bloody fool? It's big ass and you're just cool. Bad boys, bad boys,
[03:50.880 --> 03:56.320] what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you, bad boys, bad boys,
[03:56.320 --> 04:00.520] What you gonna do, what you gonna do when they come for you
[04:00.520 --> 04:03.080] It's OK done that one, it's OK done that one
[04:03.080 --> 04:05.800] It's OK done your mother, it's OK done your father
[04:05.940 --> 04:08.440] It's OK done your mother, it's OK done your sister
[04:08.700 --> 04:11.180]  It's OK done that one, it's OK done me
[04:11.180 --> 04:12.820]  Bad boys, bad boys
[04:12.820 --> 04:14.160]  What you gonna do?
[04:14.160 --> 04:16.520] What you gonna do when they come for you?
[04:17.120 --> 04:18.240]  Bad boys, bad boys
[04:18.240 --> 04:19.680]  What you gonna do?
[04:19.680 --> 04:22.160] What you gonna do when they come for you?
[04:22.160 --> 04:23.840]  Bad boys, bad boys
[04:23.840 --> 04:25.180]  What you gonna do?
[04:25.180 --> 04:26.300]  What you gonna do
[04:26.300 --> 04:27.640] When they come for you?
[04:27.640 --> 04:29.300]  Bad boys, bad boys
[04:29.300 --> 04:33.060] What is it gonna do? What's it gonna do when they come for you?
[04:33.060 --> 04:37.860] Nobody know is it no break? Police know is it no break?
[04:37.860 --> 04:43.140] Not the cops, soldiers, not giving no break. Not even your eyes are not giving no break.
[04:43.140 --> 04:49.300] Bad boys, bad boys. What's it gonna do? What's it gonna do when they come for you?
[04:49.300 --> 04:51.940] Bad boys, bad boys. What's it gonna do when they come for you?
[04:51.940 --> 04:57.700] Okay, howdy, howdy, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Deborah Stephens, Rudevlau Radio,
[04:57.700 --> 05:12.540] So here on this Thursday, the 12th day of November 2020, and we had a little something
[05:12.540 --> 05:17.620] happen this week, and Deborah's going to introduce it.
[05:17.620 --> 05:29.940] Hey there, Randy. Yeah, we had an incident this week concerning the masks and restaurants,
[05:29.940 --> 05:37.820] and one legal strategy that I've been wanting to present, I just haven't had a chance to
[05:37.820 --> 05:44.260] do thorough research on it yet, it's called the Drop the Dimes strategy. We've been talking
[05:44.260 --> 05:50.300] a lot about lawsuits against various public servants and potentially against restaurants
[05:50.300 --> 05:57.060] and other businesses and things like this, and one thing that I started considering,
[05:57.060 --> 06:03.580] especially when it comes to restaurants, they are under a licensing scheme. They have agreed
[06:03.580 --> 06:10.900] to a regulatory scheme. They are regulated by the health department, they are regulated
[06:10.900 --> 06:18.140] by TABC here in Texas, and these governor's orders, as illegal as they may be, same with
[06:18.140 --> 06:26.540] the mayor's order and the county judge's orders, as illegal as they may be, they still are there
[06:26.540 --> 06:34.300] and they are being implemented into the regulatory schemes that restaurants have agreed to.
[06:34.300 --> 06:41.020] And so it's just like, say for example, you're at a bar and you see them serving a 10-year-old,
[06:41.020 --> 06:46.580] a margarita, all right? Well, you don't see the restaurant, you don't see the bar, you
[06:46.580 --> 06:52.900] drop the dime, okay? You call TABC, you file a complaint with TABC like an administrative
[06:52.900 --> 06:57.180] complaint that could lose their liquor license. And so I started thinking about things like
[06:57.180 --> 07:04.420] this. I mean, I haven't had a chance to research thoroughly how all these orders integrate
[07:04.420 --> 07:09.540] and are implemented with the current regulatory scheme, but it's something that I've been
[07:09.540 --> 07:15.860] intending to flesh out and see if this is a valid solution. It's like, hey, anybody
[07:15.860 --> 07:22.740] can do that, don't even need to have a bunch of paralegal skills or know how to write legal
[07:22.740 --> 07:28.900] documents or get involved in lawsuits or anything. Just make a phone call, okay? And
[07:28.900 --> 07:34.180] so I was thinking about this and considering it. Well, my good friend Richard Reeves and
[07:34.180 --> 07:40.300] I and my husband, Jerry, and another friend of ours, we're at a restaurant in South Austin.
[07:40.300 --> 07:44.380] Actually they got there first. Richard and the friend got there first and Jerry and I
[07:44.380 --> 07:51.100] were on the way. And as just a little bit of background, part of the governor's order,
[07:51.100 --> 07:57.340] which is implemented in the county orders and in the mayor's orders, that when it comes
[07:57.340 --> 08:04.180] to outdoor areas of a business establishment, if it is possible to maintain a six-foot social
[08:04.180 --> 08:12.860] distancing, then the business establishment can't require customers to wear a mask. And
[08:12.860 --> 08:23.060] so my friends walk in to the entrance of the restaurant at the outdoor patio area and they
[08:23.060 --> 08:28.260] go in and sit down. They were told to sit down and at this point, wait, hold on, hold
[08:28.260 --> 08:32.740] on, Randy, hold on, hold on. I want to turn this over to, hold on, I want to turn this
[08:32.740 --> 08:38.380] over. Hold on, Randy, just hold on, okay? So I'm giving a background here because we're
[08:38.380 --> 08:46.620] running in my seat here. Okay, well, you're just going to have to wait at any rate. So
[08:46.620 --> 08:51.220] they go in and I'm going to let my friend Richard take it from here because he was there
[08:51.220 --> 08:57.540] at the time. He's the personal witness testimony to this. I was told what happened later as
[08:57.540 --> 09:02.620] I was on the way to the restaurant, I might add. So Richard, tell us what happened as
[09:02.620 --> 09:08.860] you guys walk in to where the porch area is and get your table. So tell everyone what
[09:08.860 --> 09:15.740] happened. Okay, well, basically, we walked up to the host area and said we'd like to
[09:15.740 --> 09:20.180] sit out on the patio and they kind of said, well, you can sit wherever you like. And so
[09:20.180 --> 09:25.500] we very expeditiously made our way to the table because we didn't want to have an issue
[09:25.500 --> 09:31.340] about the mask with my friend and I. We were neither one of us were wearing our masks and
[09:31.340 --> 09:36.180] we know this particular restaurant in South Austin has been kind of hard for about, you
[09:36.180 --> 09:42.460] know, the moment you're up at the host's station and on their kind of within their
[09:42.460 --> 09:47.980] perimeter property of the footprint of their restaurant where their patio and inside dining
[09:47.980 --> 09:52.380] are located, they want everybody to have their mask on unless they're sitting at a table
[09:52.380 --> 09:58.220] eating or drinking. So anyway, we did very quickly within just a few seconds to like
[09:58.220 --> 10:04.740] the table there on the patio outdoors and we sat down and they brought a skips and salsa
[10:04.740 --> 10:12.220] and water. And so we started stacking some skips and some water. And I guess our waiter,
[10:12.220 --> 10:18.940] his name was Chris, right? Is that right, Chris? Apparently, Chris is the one who, yeah,
[10:18.940 --> 10:24.420] did the bad deed. Yes. And we've had, we've taken issues with him in the past before any
[10:24.420 --> 10:29.900] of this COVID thing. Right. So evidently, Chris was going to be our waiter and he really
[10:29.900 --> 10:36.060] took umbrage an issue that we had not worn our mask for, I guess, the 10 or 15 feet that
[10:36.060 --> 10:42.780] we were in his view mandated to wear it. And so while we're sitting there already drinking
[10:42.780 --> 10:47.860] water and eating chips, he's wanting us to put masks on. So it's like, you know, wanting
[10:47.860 --> 10:55.220] us to kneel before the king or bow before the king or whatever you want to call it.
[10:55.220 --> 10:59.740] But he was wanting my friend and I to put a mask on right there at the table, I guess,
[10:59.740 --> 11:07.420] just so we'd be in compliance with his rules and regulations. And y'all were already, y'all
[11:07.420 --> 11:12.300] were already eating. Yeah, you're already at the table and you don't have to wear a
[11:12.300 --> 11:18.900] mask at a table anyway. Right. Right. At that point, by that time, we were already
[11:18.900 --> 11:27.340] snacking on some chips and salsa and drinking water. So, you know, it's like what's up
[11:27.340 --> 11:33.780] with him. But he really, like I said, he really took on bridge about it. He was really hard
[11:33.780 --> 11:40.940] for about it. And I guess was wanting to maybe repeat the walk-in process. I don't know exactly
[11:40.940 --> 11:45.740] what he wanted, but basically, I just kind of knew he was wanting us to put a mask on.
[11:45.740 --> 11:52.340] So I kind of put him on ignore and just went back to drinking water and eating chips and
[11:52.340 --> 11:57.060] not paying attention to what he was saying. And I had trouble understanding him anyway
[11:57.060 --> 12:02.900] because he was wearing a mask. And I kind of have to partially lip read because my hearing
[12:02.900 --> 12:08.820] is not the best. And on top of that, he was muffled as well. So it was a combination of
[12:08.820 --> 12:15.180] not being able to hear real well and him being muffled. But anyway, so he went away and I
[12:15.180 --> 12:20.420] thought, okay, everything's going to be all right. But then later he came out and said,
[12:20.420 --> 12:23.620] well, you guys are going to have to leave. And if you don't leave, we're calling the
[12:23.620 --> 12:29.500] police. And so as Randy had advised us two, three weeks ago when we came on the cell,
[12:29.500 --> 12:33.180] he says, well, whenever somebody says they're going to call the police or threaten to call
[12:33.180 --> 12:38.020] the police, something like that, say, well, you're not going to need to worry about that.
[12:38.020 --> 12:43.100] I'm doing it now. And so I thought, well, I've got a friend with me right now. So at
[12:43.100 --> 12:49.820] least they'll know if I get disappeared and taken to the hoot. Okay, I called 911. I
[12:49.820 --> 12:55.940] went ahead and fired off the call and we just continue to hold our position and sit there.
[12:55.940 --> 13:01.260] And we're waiting for 911. And we didn't budge though. We didn't move. We thought, well,
[13:01.260 --> 13:07.260] we better just hold our position here at the table and smack on chips and drink water.
[13:07.260 --> 13:12.460] They would, they refused at that point to wait on us. And so we didn't have any progress
[13:12.460 --> 13:19.020] as far as trying to order food or drink. But that's kind of how it went. And then we had
[13:19.020 --> 13:24.940] to wait probably 30 to 45 minutes, I guess, and the police showed up. So I don't know
[13:24.940 --> 13:30.380] if you want to interject and ask any questions or whatever, but then we move forward from
[13:30.380 --> 13:31.380]  that point.
[13:31.380 --> 13:39.060] No, Richard, that's just wrong. You're just getting to the good part.
[13:39.060 --> 13:46.580] Okay. All right. So here we go. We get there. Finally, you know, the police come out, fortunately
[13:46.580 --> 13:51.500] didn't take as long as another incident I'd had that ended up being about an hour and
[13:51.500 --> 13:59.700] a half. It took about 30 or 45 minutes and two officers came in and they first met one
[13:59.700 --> 14:07.380] of the rest of personnel actually just outside the parking lot, outside the rest of the bit.
[14:07.380 --> 14:13.020] And we're talking with them about five or 10 minutes. And meantime, my friend, I just
[14:13.020 --> 14:18.180] held our position at the table. Didn't move. So I thought, well, we just kind of stake
[14:18.180 --> 14:23.140] out our ground and planted our flag. And soon enough, you know, we knew the police and the
[14:23.140 --> 14:28.420] old there talking with us. So the police came over there and sat down and was asking me
[14:28.420 --> 14:33.700] what happened. And he said, well, I'm going to give you a chance to tell you a story. And
[14:33.700 --> 14:38.980] I just thought to myself, well, thanks a whole heck of a lot, you know, a chance to tell
[14:38.980 --> 14:43.780] my side of the story. Like, you know, it was up to him to not hear my story at all, or
[14:43.780 --> 14:51.860] my, you know, scenario of the event. But anyway, bottom line, as we went along, he, you know,
[14:51.860 --> 14:56.300] explained to him, I had to pull up the governor's ejection of water on my phone and was prepared
[14:56.300 --> 15:01.940] to show it to him. But I asked him if he had read the executive order, he said, yes, he
[15:01.940 --> 15:06.900] knew what was in there. I said, well, you know about the, the exemption for medical
[15:06.900 --> 15:12.580] exemption. He says, yes, I know about that. And first, he was given a little bit of a
[15:12.580 --> 15:18.220] hard time. And I just backed off and let him ramble and talk. And then just try to give
[15:18.220 --> 15:23.140] him, you know, like Joe Friday, just kind of give him the fact. And so then he went
[15:23.140 --> 15:30.980] off and talked to, I guess, the manager named Ivan. And he went to talk to Ivan. So we didn't
[15:30.980 --> 15:36.900] get to be privy to that end of the conversation. We just sat there at our table and he was
[15:36.900 --> 15:42.420] inside the restaurant, discussing with Ivan. And then a few minutes later, the police officer
[15:42.420 --> 15:48.140] and Ivan come out and Ivan just got across from me. And I didn't need, at that point,
[15:48.140 --> 15:53.060] I mean, I didn't even know who he was at first. I didn't even know he was Ivan. When
[15:53.060 --> 15:57.460] he sat down at first, I said, okay, here's this other guy that we're dealing with. And
[15:57.460 --> 16:02.940] he's supposed to be the manager of the restaurant at that time. And he starts talking to me
[16:02.940 --> 16:07.340] and say, well, you can stay and we'll serve you. But if you get up, you know, and have
[16:07.340 --> 16:11.460] to move around the restaurant or wherever you need to wear a mask, and we need to be
[16:11.460 --> 16:17.180] wearing a mask when you come in from the hostess station and to the table. And so he was still
[16:17.180 --> 16:21.700] coming in on that that he wanted me to wear a mask. And I just, and the police officer
[16:21.700 --> 16:26.020] who's sitting right there with him, they're across the table from me, both of Ivan and
[16:26.020 --> 16:31.740] the police officer. And so while Ivan is still pushing that I should be wearing a mask at
[16:31.740 --> 16:36.940] these certain times within the restaurant, I'm just saying no and taking my head. No,
[16:36.940 --> 16:41.900] no, no. And taking my head. No, wait, wait, wait, wait, hold on. We're about to go to
[16:41.900 --> 16:49.340] our sponsors. Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, rule of law radio. We won't have the phones
[16:49.340 --> 16:56.340] online on yet, probably a couple more segments than we willed. And we'll be right back.
[17:19.340 --> 17:26.340]  We'll be right back.
[17:49.340 --> 17:58.220] And remember, every $25 donation is a chance to win. Go to logosradionetwork.com for details
[17:58.220 --> 18:05.580] and donate today. Logos Radio Network welcomes a new show to our lineup for the new year.
[18:05.580 --> 18:11.860] Scripture Talk with Nana will begin Wednesday, January 8th from 8 to 10 p.m. central time.

[18:33.700 --> 18:38.900] works. Our verse by verse Bible studies will begin in the book of Matthew where we will
[18:38.900 --> 18:44.180] discuss one chapter per week. Our topical Bible studies will vary each week and will
[18:44.180 --> 18:49.540] explore sound doctrine as well as Christian character development. So mark your calendar

[18:56.820 --> 19:01.820] an inspiring and motivating discussion of the Scriptures.
[19:01.820 --> 19:22.820] We are listening to the Logos Radio Network. Logosradionetwork.com
[19:22.820 --> 19:41.700]  Wednesdays from 8 to 10 p.m. starting January 8th from 8 to 10 p.m. starting January
[19:41.700 --> 20:07.020]  8th from 6 to 7 p.m. starting January 8th from 8 to 10 p.m. starting January 8th from
[20:07.020 --> 20:13.620] out from the government and you know it's like without this money that they hand out
[20:13.620 --> 20:17.620] I don't think that they would be able to pull off any of this.
[20:17.620 --> 20:22.660] Everyone would be storming with pitchforks and torches but at any rate we're talking
[20:22.660 --> 20:27.140] to Richard Reeves here our special guest, a good friend of mine used to be a host on
[20:27.140 --> 20:28.140]  this network.
[20:28.140 --> 20:34.740] We're at a restaurant on Monday night and you know my concept of the drop the dime strategy
[20:34.740 --> 20:40.500] was an administrative complaint with T.A.B.C. of the health department but Richard literally
[20:40.500 --> 20:45.380] dropped the dime and called 911 because the restaurant is trying to make him wear a mask
[20:45.380 --> 20:51.260] and refusing service and so Richard please continue on.
[20:51.260 --> 20:56.820] This all happened before I got there once I found out that Richard had done this I decided
[20:56.820 --> 21:02.860] to hold off because I didn't want to interject myself into a scene that was already in progress
[21:02.860 --> 21:09.380] so I waited until that was over before I joined in and anyways please continue Richard.
[21:09.380 --> 21:13.700] So Ivan and the police officer are sitting across the table and you're saying no, no
[21:13.700 --> 21:15.420]  and what happened next?
[21:15.420 --> 21:21.060] Okay well basically Ivan is still pushing the point right there for the officer and
[21:21.060 --> 21:27.820] I'm shaking my head no and saying no I'm not going to be wearing a mask and so the officer
[21:27.820 --> 21:33.300] reinforced and reiterated to him the governor's order how there is a medical exemption in
[21:33.300 --> 21:41.540] the governor's order and Ivan was having a hard time accepting that fact and but finally
[21:41.540 --> 21:46.220] at the point it's like well he said we'll go ahead and take care of you and serve you
[21:46.220 --> 21:50.820] you know graciously that he's saying you know we're going to serve you food we're going
[21:50.820 --> 21:55.220] to let you eat here basically you know and so like oh thank you very much but at that
[21:55.220 --> 21:59.900] point my friend and I had had it not been that Deb and Jerry were going to come down
[21:59.900 --> 22:05.060] and join us we were ready to split because we just didn't even feel really feel comfortable
[22:05.060 --> 22:11.860] that they would handle our food properly or maybe mishandle our food so we were concerned
[22:11.860 --> 22:18.420] about that but we went in and hung in since we were joined later by Deb and Jerry but
[22:18.420 --> 22:24.340] anyway the officer took Ivan back into the restaurant and they I wish we'd have been
[22:24.340 --> 22:29.660] flies on the wall and been privy to that conversation cause that went on with them for about ten
[22:29.660 --> 22:36.140] minutes you know maybe between ten and fifteen minutes inside the restaurant with the officer
[22:36.140 --> 22:42.660] and Randy I just got to say that the demeanor of the police forged me since I was the one
[22:42.660 --> 22:49.980] that initiated 9-1-1 call they were very different than a past incident I had where you know
[22:49.980 --> 22:56.260] a business that actually called 9-1-1 on me so that appeared to have worked but the wild
[22:56.260 --> 23:02.260] card and all that would be as I also think potentially the wild card could be is the
[23:02.260 --> 23:10.020] personal attitude and personal political view of the officer I think could play into the
[23:10.020 --> 23:15.700] ball game so bottom line is I think on these situations depending on the attitude of the
[23:15.700 --> 23:27.260] policeman your mileage may vary yeah I agree I agree that it could it could vary for sure
[23:27.260 --> 23:35.860] it's been my it's been my experience when I call 9-1-1 they come out because I'm the
[23:35.860 --> 23:42.740] victim and they have to treat me like the victim yeah well Randy you see how they still started
[23:42.740 --> 23:47.540] to give Richard a hard time from the get-go so you know with the attitude of I'll give
[23:47.540 --> 23:52.020] you a chance to tell your side of the story I mean they they they were still about to
[23:52.020 --> 23:59.100] start giving them a hard time I mean it once you call them you keep in mind that you are
[23:59.100 --> 24:05.780] the victim that you're the one that call them and there they are there to protect you and
[24:05.780 --> 24:14.820] when they begin to forget about that you remind them and they remember and and I think what
[24:14.820 --> 24:20.780] helped though is because when he kind of jumped on me when I was trying to answer a question
[24:20.780 --> 24:26.980] that he asked me so that he basically asked me if I had advised Chris about the medical
[24:26.980 --> 24:32.820] you know that I had a medical exemption and I started to give him a little bit of a preface
[24:32.820 --> 24:37.740] on the answer that was maybe going to last like an extra 15 or 20 seconds and that's
[24:37.740 --> 24:44.100] when he jumped in on me and basically you know verbally had to show me who was boss
[24:44.100 --> 24:49.060] and took that point when he starts kind of you know doing a little bit of a soliloquy
[24:49.060 --> 24:56.460] well that's when I just relaxed and backed off and and kind of relaxed my my body position
[24:56.460 --> 25:01.980] where I was I was kind of leaning towards him sitting at the table but then I just eased
[25:01.980 --> 25:08.100] back in my chair and unfold you know I didn't have arms crossed or folded but I just opened
[25:08.100 --> 25:12.820] up my arms physically like okay let's just let's whatever this guy is going to rant
[25:12.820 --> 25:19.100] about this cop let him rant and so that's what I did I just zip it I shut up and just
[25:19.100 --> 25:24.860] let him run over me and let him finish whatever he's going to say and then if I honestly
[25:24.860 --> 25:29.380] well I was getting to my point to answer your question and here's the answer boom and so
[25:29.380 --> 25:36.380] it was kind of like he had that I'm going to show you boss first right here right now
[25:36.380 --> 25:41.860] and then you know maybe we can talk and so I guess I handled it right but I could I could
[25:41.860 --> 25:48.060] see where it could have gone real wrong had I not taken that demeanor like okay you know
[25:48.060 --> 25:50.860] go ahead whatever you don't say just let it go.
[25:50.860 --> 25:54.900] Well so what was the issue were you just not answering the question quickly enough for
[25:54.900 --> 25:55.900]  him or something?
[25:55.900 --> 26:02.500] Yeah I wish I could remember chapter and verse exactly what it was basically he had asked
[26:02.500 --> 26:09.940] me if I had advised Chris about the medical that I had a medical exemption and I was
[26:09.940 --> 26:14.980] given a little bit of a preface to the answer I wish I could remember the jot and the detail
[26:14.980 --> 26:22.260] of it but basically he wanted like a yes or no instant answer and I didn't give him that
[26:22.260 --> 26:27.140]  so that's your fate of it.
[26:27.140 --> 26:35.340] Yeah it's unfortunate well the thing is you know and I'm familiar with this restaurant
[26:35.340 --> 26:41.340] Chris is not a manager and he's apparently from after you know discussing the situation
[26:41.340 --> 26:46.860] with you and our the friend he's not the one that seated you either and so he took it on
[26:46.860 --> 26:54.500] his own accord to just go about his own little investigation to try to determine if you guys
[26:54.500 --> 27:03.620] had worn mask coming in to the porch area and and sat down and you were clearly told by
[27:03.620 --> 27:10.900] another employee sure pick whatever table you like and so you did and that should have
[27:10.900 --> 27:17.540] just been that and the other issue is that regardless of medical condition it says in
[27:17.540 --> 27:22.260] the governor's order that in outdoor areas where it's possible to maintain six foot social
[27:22.260 --> 27:28.860] distancing the masks are not required and so what about that I mean that's medical or
[27:28.860 --> 27:34.860] no medical there's there's there's that aspect of things too and so I think that what's happening
[27:34.860 --> 27:40.340] here is that and it's highly unfortunate because I said this before what's getting up happening
[27:40.340 --> 27:46.220] is gonna end up having to go after small businesses that can't afford lawyers that may have not
[27:46.220 --> 27:52.420] even bothered to read these orders they're just they're just going off there off the
[27:52.420 --> 27:58.740] TV and thinking that they're supposed to make everyone wear masks all the time no matter
[27:58.740 --> 28:05.060] what and they don't they don't get it because they haven't even read it and maybe they don't
[28:05.060 --> 28:10.620] understand the things that the health department has told them or that the T.A.B.C. has told
[28:10.620 --> 28:16.740] them if the health department or the T.A.B.C. has told them anything they just are are you
[28:16.740 --> 28:24.460] know winging it and this is what's gonna happen because talking to y'all at dinner and after
[28:24.460 --> 28:30.700] dinner come to find out some of these other restaurants that are larger chains not not
[28:30.700 --> 28:38.540] just locally owned mom and pop small businesses and places like Home Depot and Lowe's and
[28:38.540 --> 28:45.180] Walmart that have boards of directors and stockholders and things like that and teams
[28:45.180 --> 28:49.580] of attorneys that have looked at this they already have corporate policies that it's
[28:49.580 --> 28:55.460] like we're not going to enforce this we're we're we'll put up a sign but but they have
[28:55.460 --> 29:01.860] come down from the very top of you know the boards of directors instructing the CEOs you
[29:01.860 --> 29:10.540] tell all of your employees down to the very last one no enforcement of masks period we're
[29:10.540 --> 29:15.900] not going to be the enforcers of these of these orders because it causes too many problems
[29:15.900 --> 29:21.260] they can be sued they they could potentially be criminally liable they they're having too
[29:21.260 --> 29:28.420] many fisticuffs violence episodes in their stores and in the restaurants and so unfortunately
[29:28.420 --> 29:34.100] it just looks like part of the plan the attack on the small businesses once again but it's
[29:34.100 --> 29:40.340] like maybe this situation is finally fixed with this one particular restaurant you know
[29:40.340 --> 29:45.660] better better to get 911 called and have the cops tell them no you have to deal with medical
[29:45.660 --> 29:50.660] exemptions and you have to deal with the outdoor area policy of the of the governor's order
[29:50.660 --> 29:56.460] or else you guys could get shut down so we'll discuss this more on the other side this is
[29:56.460 --> 30:04.220] rule of law we'll be right back businesses ask you for a lot of personal information
[30:04.220 --> 30:08.780] and you may trust them to keep it safe but it turns out that even the most trusted companies
[30:08.780 --> 30:13.340] may be unwittingly revealing your secrets and Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right
[30:13.340 --> 30:19.420] back with details privacy is under attack when you give up data about yourself you'll
[30:19.420 --> 30:24.580] never get it back again and once your privacy is gone you'll find your freedoms will start
[30:24.580 --> 30:29.940] to vanish too so protect your rights say no to surveillance and keep your information
[30:29.940 --> 30:35.220] to yourself privacy it's worth hanging on to this public service announcement is brought
[30:35.220 --> 30:41.100] to you by start page dot com the private search engine alternative to Google yahoo and Bing
[30:41.100 --> 30:48.740] start over with start page data privacy is a big deal so nearly every company has a policy
[30:48.740 --> 30:54.300] explaining how they handle your personal information but what happens if it escapes their control
[30:54.300 --> 31:00.340] it's not an idle question according to a recent survey a shocking 90% of US companies admit
[31:00.340 --> 31:05.140] their security was breached by hackers in the last year that's one more reason you should
[31:05.140 --> 31:10.580] trust your searches to start page dot com unlike other search engines start page doesn't store
[31:10.580 --> 31:14.940] any data on you they've never been hacked but even if they were there would be nothing
[31:14.940 --> 31:19.780] for criminals to see the cupboard would be bare too bad other companies don't treat your
[31:19.780 --> 31:25.380] data the same way. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht more news and information at Catherine Albrecht

[33:28.740 --> 33:32.860] Okay we are back. This is the rule of law. Randy Kelton. Brett Fountain. I'm Deborah
[33:32.860 --> 33:38.580] Stevens on this Thursday, November 12, 2020. We're here with our guest Richard Reeves,
[33:38.580 --> 33:45.060] good friend of mine. He's going to be with us for one more segment. Richard, one other
[33:45.060 --> 33:51.860] point here about the story that I was reminded of over the break that I want you to discuss
[33:51.860 --> 33:56.980] that there was an issue with Ivan and this police officer at the table before they went
[33:56.980 --> 34:03.340] off concerning that well they just didn't want to serve you and apparently the police
[34:03.340 --> 34:08.420] officer was saying no that they were required to so can you break that down for us a little
[34:08.420 --> 34:14.260] bit? Right well when Ivan did come in and try
[34:14.260 --> 34:19.380] to still say hey you got to put the mask on when you walk around the restaurant if you're
[34:19.380 --> 34:24.900] going into the bathroom or as you're coming in at the patio entrance to there by the host
[34:24.900 --> 34:31.860] of station and when I'm saying no at one point Ivan initially kind of was leaning towards
[34:31.860 --> 34:35.740] you know okay well you know we're just like we're not going to wait on you guys we're
[34:35.740 --> 34:40.540] not going to serve you all and the officer did say well you don't have a legitimate reason
[34:40.540 --> 34:47.620] to kick these guys out that you need to serve them so he did he did push that a little bit
[34:47.620 --> 34:53.380] and so that did happen and Ivan acquiesced very quickly and agreed and said okay okay
[34:53.380 --> 35:00.540] we'll do that and so basically at that point he'd given up on the mask issue and then agreed
[35:00.540 --> 35:05.180] to serving us and unfortunately we're going to stop privy to a whole lot of what went
[35:05.180 --> 35:11.820] on inside the restaurant but one thing I did realize is because I did hear Ivan asking
[35:11.820 --> 35:15.340] the police officer so what are we supposed to do is the health department comes in here
[35:15.340 --> 35:20.460] and busts us and wants to hit us with the fines I think they're being hit potentially
[35:20.460 --> 35:27.620] with a thousand dollar fines on that situation of patrons going in and out of the restaurant
[35:27.620 --> 35:34.060] with no mask and that made me kind of realize is that well we as individuals we have our
[35:34.060 --> 35:40.500] battle of challenging the mask issue and then these businesses have their battle of going
[35:40.500 --> 35:46.220] up these bureaucratic entities that they got to deal with to try to straighten that out
[35:46.220 --> 35:53.820] so it's going to take them standing up to their bureaucrat authorities and then of course
[35:53.820 --> 35:59.500] we've got to stand up to these guys so these guys have been recruited by the bureaucratic
[35:59.500 --> 36:05.140] governmental entities into being the mask Nazis like Chris and Ivan so that's kind of
[36:05.140 --> 36:09.500] what's been on there bottom line there's a lot of battles that got to be fought.
[36:09.500 --> 36:17.540] And when you when you do that you have now given this restaurant plausible deniability
[36:17.540 --> 36:26.060] they don't have to get in this fight now and the more restaurants we give plausible deniability
[36:26.060 --> 36:33.420] the less problem we'll have with this well look the thing is this this is based on ignorance
[36:33.420 --> 36:41.100] okay because the the county judge order which reflects the county judge order and the mayor's
[36:41.100 --> 36:46.380] order all reflects the governor's order it's basically just like a carbon copy and all
[36:46.380 --> 36:53.900] of that is incorporated into the health department licensing regulatory scheme and the TBC licensing
[36:53.900 --> 36:58.980] regulatory scheme there's not inconsistencies they're not going to mismatch everything is
[36:58.980 --> 37:04.060] being implemented from the top down and so what's happening here is that these restaurant
[37:04.060 --> 37:10.540] owners and managers just don't get it okay they're not reading it they don't understand
[37:10.540 --> 37:16.060] they think it is an all or nothing deal and they're afraid that they're going to get popped
[37:16.060 --> 37:20.460] with a thousand dollar fine if the health department happens to be there while Richard's
[37:20.460 --> 37:24.860] walking in but what they don't understand is that they're not going to get popped with
[37:24.860 --> 37:32.140] a thousand dollar fine because Richard has a medical condition okay and so it's the fear
[37:32.140 --> 37:37.540] it's that this is going back to the principle of the panopticon all right where where it's
[37:37.540 --> 37:45.060] like the the prison that is a hollow cylinder and the prison cells are on the inside of
[37:45.060 --> 37:51.540] this the cylinder and the guard towers in the center and with a dark tinted windows and
[37:51.540 --> 37:54.980] everyone thinks they're being watched and really there's no guard tower there okay it's
[37:54.980 --> 38:01.220]  it's similar to that it's just it's a self-regulating out of fear and they don't really know what's
[38:01.220 --> 38:06.380] going on like don't don't bother looking behind the little curtain here you know there's
[38:06.380 --> 38:11.180] nothing to see over here and so they're gonna have to read and they're gonna have to figure
[38:11.180 --> 38:18.020] it out but it is it is ridiculous because okay I guess in the actual entrance by the
[38:18.020 --> 38:23.300] host table it may not be possible to maintain a six foot social distancing if somebody's
[38:23.300 --> 38:28.060] walking out at the same time you're walking in okay but once you get past the host table
[38:28.060 --> 38:33.460] literally what if you're on the porch area it is possible to maintain a six foot social
[38:33.460 --> 38:37.300] distancing so if you didn't have the medical condition and you're just going to claim the
[38:37.300 --> 38:42.260] outdoor area thing well then okay put the mask on for two seconds while you walk past
[38:42.260 --> 38:46.540] the host table and now you can take it off no matter medical condition or not because
[38:46.540 --> 38:51.620] you're outside okay now this has nothing to do with inside but I mean it just shows how
[38:51.620 --> 38:58.460] ridiculous the whole thing is and so if the health department did happen to pop them for
[38:58.460 --> 39:04.780] a not you know for if somebody was walking through that little area where the host table
[39:04.780 --> 39:10.500] is outside without their mask on and they didn't have the medical condition or whatever
[39:10.500 --> 39:14.900] I mean it's like well and they did have the medical condition like Richard I mean well
[39:14.900 --> 39:18.100] if the health department went ahead and popped them with a thousand dollar fine they would
[39:18.100 --> 39:24.500] have to fight it but for them to make a policy for them to go for the restaurant to go beyond
[39:24.500 --> 39:30.980] what the governor's order says beyond what their licensing regulatory scheme says and
[39:30.980 --> 39:36.780] had just have it as their private business policy that they're going to make everyone
[39:36.780 --> 39:43.940] wear a mask no matter what now they're treading on thin ice because they have no protection
[39:43.940 --> 39:50.260] anymore even by these illegal orders it's just their policy well that's trading on dangerous
[39:50.260 --> 39:55.580] very dangerous waters very thin ice and for them to say well we just don't want to serve
[39:55.580 --> 40:00.340] you guys and the police saying well no you have to and if they're not causing a disturbance
[40:00.340 --> 40:04.700] you don't have any legitimate reason to not serve them you don't have the right to kick
[40:04.700 --> 40:10.780] them out I talked to Randy about this and Randy said absolutely all these businesses
[40:10.780 --> 40:16.340] that you've seen over the years you know apart from this COVID madness they have signs that
[40:16.340 --> 40:20.620] say we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason they can put up whatever
[40:20.620 --> 40:26.900] sign they want but if they're legal and if they try to enforce it they could end up potentially
[40:26.900 --> 40:33.140] even having criminal charges against them and not only lawsuits because of certain Supreme
[40:33.140 --> 40:40.780] Court rulings in the 60s over these civil rights civil civil riots race riots civil rights race
[40:40.780 --> 40:45.620] riots Randy you want to go into some of these court cases you're telling me about over
[40:45.620 --> 40:52.660] the other day the civil rights act of 1965 changed all that you can no longer exclude
[40:52.660 --> 41:00.620] anyone without good cause and the good cause cannot include anything that has to do with
[41:00.620 --> 41:08.580] race religion it essentially if you have a public place it is required to be public
[41:08.580 --> 41:16.900] you can't 65 yeah and Randy Randy to be but to be but to pinpoint you were also telling
[41:16.900 --> 41:22.580] me that some of these Supreme Court rulings that came out concerning the civil rights
[41:22.580 --> 41:29.220] civil rights acts I had to do with if you're if a business is open to the public and members
[41:29.220 --> 41:36.620] of the general public have a reasonable expectation of being served if they are you know behaving
[41:36.620 --> 41:44.020] properly not causing a disturbance etc etc then they the business cannot refuse a member
[41:44.020 --> 41:49.300] of the public that has a reasonable expectation of being served okay it's like they can't
[41:49.300 --> 41:54.660] single people out and say we don't want to serve you because you're insisting on your
[41:54.660 --> 42:00.380] rights as someone who has a medical condition that you can't wear a mask well then we are
[42:00.380 --> 42:04.380] going to refuse service to you well number one that's discrimination but it doesn't
[42:04.380 --> 42:09.180] but even beyond the discrimination issue if you're not causing a disturbance and you
[42:09.180 --> 42:13.660] have a reasonable expectation of being served they can't just kick you out refuse you service
[42:13.660 --> 42:20.780] just for whatever capricious whimsical dissent reason they may have and I had a question
[42:20.780 --> 42:28.780] for you Richard after you after you understand that you would have some trepidation about
[42:28.780 --> 42:37.780] calling 9-1-1 the first time how easy would it be or how hard would it be to do that again
[42:37.780 --> 42:42.260] well it wouldn't be as hard now because I mean I've done it once now and it went well
[42:42.260 --> 42:49.460] and normally you know it's like that recently when I was on the show with you guys I told
[42:49.460 --> 42:53.500] you all about the story about the La Quinta where I was kicked out of the La Quinta Hotel
[42:53.500 --> 42:58.740] where they had called the police first and initiated the contact with 9-1-1 and so the
[42:58.740 --> 43:04.500] demeanor of the police normally you know the police are always looking to take somebody
[43:04.500 --> 43:11.540] down and take somebody to jail and I was on the the non-victim side of the equation so
[43:11.540 --> 43:15.580] normally I'm expecting you know that they're going to want to you know handcuff me and
[43:15.580 --> 43:21.380] take me to jail for any reason or no reason it's usually how it works out so that was
[43:21.380 --> 43:26.460] the trepidation but now I've also worked out a situation with Deb and Jerry where we've
[43:26.460 --> 43:31.580] got a group little group text going on so from now on that if I'm calling the police
[43:31.580 --> 43:36.220] somewhere and I'm by the state of key is I don't really want to be by myself when I'm
[43:36.220 --> 43:41.700] calling 9-1-1 because in the cops don't have another set of eyeballs watching them do what
[43:41.700 --> 43:45.300] they do yeah Richard hold on we're going to break can you stay with us for just a few

[46:20.540 --> 46:27.060] Reeves we are back talking about what happened at certain restaurant that we're not going
[46:27.060 --> 46:35.620] to mention but that got the job the dime dropped upon them and very interesting outcome the
[46:35.620 --> 46:43.340] police told the manager no you cannot kick them out you have to serve them and so Richard
[46:43.340 --> 46:47.380] and and our other friend waited for Jerry and I to get there Jerry and I didn't want to
[46:47.380 --> 46:54.580] come in the midst of this scene especially when our friends texting us okay especially
[46:54.580 --> 46:59.380] when I found out things were starting to go well I definitely didn't want to interrupt
[46:59.380 --> 47:05.660] a good thing and so we decided to wait and then Jerry and I got there and we just walked
[47:05.660 --> 47:10.140] right into the patio area and nobody gave us a hard time about wearing the mask in the
[47:10.140 --> 47:16.900] two foot area of the funnel you know we just went and sat down and had Richard go ahead
[47:16.900 --> 47:21.020] and order our dinner for us before we got there because it was already starting to get late
[47:21.020 --> 47:26.660] but but yeah Richard I think in these situations it's really important that we go ahead and
[47:26.660 --> 47:31.460] follow through I think it has more of an impact yeah of course you guys want to leave and
[47:31.460 --> 47:36.460] me and Gerald we were also like let's just go somewhere else but I was like you know
[47:36.460 --> 47:41.340] as much as I would like to go somewhere else I think it's really important that we go ahead
[47:41.340 --> 47:46.860] and follow through in these situations and when they're told the cops tell them no you
[47:46.860 --> 47:52.860] have to serve them make them serve us absolutely is follow through and I think it has much
[47:52.860 --> 47:58.100] more of an impact and I think it might actually fix this situation with this one particular
[47:58.100 --> 48:03.140] restaurant they may be fixed now we may have actually fixed them I certainly hope so but
[48:03.140 --> 48:08.660] I'm not gonna find out anytime soon I'm leaving that place alone for quite some time but but
[48:08.660 --> 48:13.700] Richard you were you were you were starting to tell us as we're going to break about being
[48:13.700 --> 48:21.660] a different experience versus the the la quinta incident right well me and this game the 9-1-1
[48:21.660 --> 48:28.580] because I did threaten to call 9-1-1 on me and Randy giving us the suggestions for instructions
[48:28.580 --> 48:32.380] how to act at that point so well just tell them you don't have to worry about telling
[48:32.380 --> 48:37.860] 9-1-1 I'm dialing it right now and that's exactly what I did and in this case it worked
[48:37.860 --> 48:44.580] out beautifully I'm still a little bit concerned down the road but I've got you guys to text
[48:44.580 --> 48:50.580] and if I'm by myself and I'll be texting y'all where I'm at and the details and what's
[48:50.580 --> 48:55.780] going on real quick and if I don't call you back in an hour or two come get me out well
[48:55.780 --> 49:01.500]  I was I was gonna say I said I think we've got a we've got a mission here now that the
[49:01.500 --> 49:06.580] four of us should should just go around you know every Monday night or whatever we can
[49:06.580 --> 49:12.340] and and just pick a different restaurant every time and if they start messing with us about
[49:12.340 --> 49:18.700] the masses then we'll just call 9-1-1 let's just make it a mission well potentially we
[49:18.700 --> 49:24.980] do and but going back to this issue of whether or not it's fixed this one location I hate
[49:24.980 --> 49:30.700] to say this but I'm not my suspicion is that this did not fix this location I think if
[49:30.700 --> 49:36.060] we went back there right now or tomorrow night or whenever that I think we'd still encounter
[49:36.060 --> 49:41.220] the same attitude I don't think I don't think an attitude adjustment has occurred yet Randy
[49:41.220 --> 49:46.540] and Deb so I like Jeff said though which I wouldn't be going back anytime soon right
[49:46.540 --> 49:51.580] now but at this point I don't think the problem has been fixed at all at that restaurant I
[49:51.580 --> 49:56.980] think that they're just gonna fall right back into the behavior that they had and granted
[49:56.980 --> 50:01.900] they had this one anomaly experience that they had but I think they'll just talk it
[50:01.900 --> 50:09.580] up as like an outlier experience because they know darn good and well that 99.9% of the people
[50:09.580 --> 50:13.940] are just complying with the demand yeah you're probably right Richard and that means that
[50:13.940 --> 50:20.100] we're just gonna have to start suing people we're gonna have to start suing people I do
[50:20.100 --> 50:24.220] and Tim I'm sending the tort letter once the tort letter is developed and once the ball
[50:24.220 --> 50:29.820] is rolling on that which we'll be doing soon because I've got a whole list of clientele
[50:29.820 --> 50:35.020] posts that I need to be mailing tort letters to because it's that's what it's really gonna
[50:35.020 --> 50:40.380] take it's gonna take the tort letters it's gonna take lawsuits it's gonna take hitting
[50:40.380 --> 50:47.060] them in the pocketbook to get them to stand up to their minders and masters that they've
[50:47.060 --> 50:51.100] got to stand up to they've got it they've got to go up to their minders and take a stance
[50:51.100 --> 50:57.700] and put some heat on the people above them that are making them adhere to these totally
[50:57.700 --> 51:05.540] outrageous rules that are clearly in my book unconstitutional and it's just a matter of
[51:05.540 --> 51:09.860] time to I mean if we can't beat this mass issues and we we're probably not going to
[51:09.860 --> 51:13.220] be able to beat anything else that they're they're planning on bringing down on us like
[51:13.220 --> 51:18.700] the mandatory vaccines etc yeah I agree Richard and yeah it's gonna take hitting them where
[51:18.700 --> 51:23.700] it hurts in the pocketbook and and possibly even having their businesses closed I mean
[51:23.700 --> 51:29.380] I haven't had a chance to thoroughly flesh out like I said the interaction and the interrelation
[51:29.380 --> 51:33.860] between these orders and the Randy I think we've you've got some background noise on
[51:33.860 --> 51:40.220] your end Randy anyways you know how these how these orders are are implemented in their
[51:40.220 --> 51:47.620] licensing schemes and their regulatory schemes but I think it is worth you know researching
[51:47.620 --> 51:53.900] and chasing down just like as if they were serving a ten-year-old alcohol you know they
[51:53.900 --> 51:59.220] could lose their liquor license if they are in violation of these orders that have been
[51:59.220 --> 52:05.620] implemented as requirements in their regulatory scheme as requirements for their licenses
[52:05.620 --> 52:11.860] then they could lose their liquor license if they don't give exceptions for people who
[52:11.860 --> 52:17.540] have a medical condition if they try to forcefully require people that have medical conditions
[52:17.540 --> 52:23.540] to wear a mask or they try to force people to wear a mask in an outdoor area if in violation
[52:23.540 --> 52:29.380] of their liquor license they can get shut down not only lose the liquor license they
[52:29.380 --> 52:34.060] could get shut down by the health department too that here's the question that we need
[52:34.060 --> 52:40.500] to try to get the answer to is we need to get the verbiage that they've received from
[52:40.500 --> 52:45.380] the health department or whoever's put them in the mindset that the orders are totally
[52:45.380 --> 52:51.460] mandatory no room for no wiggle room no medical exemption etc. if there's some way we can
[52:51.460 --> 52:58.580] get that email or written letter written correspondence whatever it was it's all these places got
[52:58.580 --> 53:03.460] it would really be great if we could get get a hold of that so we could read it and see
[53:03.460 --> 53:10.180] because my suspicion is is the orders so-called orders the so-called orders that they've received
[53:10.180 --> 53:17.260] at these restaurants bars etc that they've received probably are not stating the verbiage
[53:17.260 --> 53:24.100] regarding the medical exemption I wish I could prove it but until we actually see the correspondence
[53:24.100 --> 53:29.980] letter email etc that they receive then you know we just don't know exactly what they've
[53:29.980 --> 53:33.540] been told that's making them act this way yeah and we should be able to get that with
[53:33.540 --> 53:41.820] open records requests to the health to the health department and TABC get get Brett to
[53:41.820 --> 53:47.780] do it we want to find out what we want copies of these letters of these you know whatever
[53:47.780 --> 53:53.660] has happened whatever changes in their licensing scheme whatever they've been told probably
[53:53.660 --> 53:59.420] the same thing has gone out to every restaurant you know around town around the state yeah
[53:59.420 --> 54:04.860] we'll get we'll sit Brett after him with the open records request and it may be easier
[54:04.860 --> 54:09.980] to get than we know maybe we just go to talk to one of the managers of these restaurants
[54:09.980 --> 54:16.140] or the owner of a restaurant for hey what exactly have you been told and what is what
[54:16.140 --> 54:21.180] is correspondence have you received regarding this mask if you show us what you got you
[54:21.180 --> 54:28.380] know because it might even say well look right there it says in very tiny tiny print
[54:28.380 --> 54:33.860] perhaps and maybe it says the exemptions are there for the mask for medical exemptions
[54:33.860 --> 54:38.580] so we we need to look at we need to look and see what they've got what their documents
[54:38.580 --> 54:42.380] are that they've received on this matter and I think that would really help us know what
[54:42.380 --> 54:46.740] we're going what we're dealing with exactly and and even in the mayor's order it's very
[54:46.740 --> 54:56.300] clear they have to have a policy posted in plain view public view outside the entrance
[54:56.300 --> 55:03.500] of the establishment and in the mayor Adler's order it says that those exemptions those exceptions
[55:03.500 --> 55:09.060] exemptions have to be part of the policy and it has to be posted and I can tell you right
[55:09.060 --> 55:16.580] now in that particular restaurant none of those exceptions are in a policy posted outside
[55:16.580 --> 55:21.820] the front door okay so they know you're right and I and and I frequent a lot of restaurants
[55:21.820 --> 55:26.700]  basically I don't eat at home I don't cook at home I don't I don't do any meals at home
[55:26.700 --> 55:31.180] pretty much almost at all so I'm always in restaurants and I can tell you pretty much
[55:31.180 --> 55:38.740] 99% or 100% of all restaurants have a mask order making it look like it's mandatory and
[55:38.740 --> 55:43.940] I don't see any fine print even regarding exemptions I haven't seen about one single restaurant
[55:43.940 --> 55:48.420] with exemptions although I'll tell you what I think about yesterday I went to Angelo's
[55:48.420 --> 55:59.420] Barbecue in Fort Sexton not only did they not have a sign up without the exemption they
[55:59.420 --> 56:05.300] actually had no mask signs up whatsoever they had no sign they like we're not they're not
[56:05.300 --> 56:10.620] even playing along Angelo's restaurant Angelo's Barbecue in Fort Sexton on White Settlement
[56:10.620 --> 56:15.820] Boulevard is not even playing along I took a picture of their front doors because you
[56:15.820 --> 56:19.380] know those signs and all these restaurants have all plastered on the front door right
[56:19.380 --> 56:24.780] now about the Wuhan the COVID whatever you want to call it Angelo's did not have any
[56:24.780 --> 56:30.580] of that I walked right in with no mask nobody said a word I just ordered my food sat down
[56:30.580 --> 56:38.660] it was just like it should have been that's the one restaurant I found that was normal
[56:38.660 --> 56:44.340] right there that's awesome well anybody up in the Dallas Fort Worth area you heard that
[56:44.340 --> 56:52.620] Angelo's Barbecue yeah I have a question around for years go ahead Randy do you have
[56:52.620 --> 57:01.700] any knowledge that anyone has been fined over this mask issue no no that's another thing
[57:01.700 --> 57:06.740] too is I mean it you know they were threatening about potentially ticketing individuals about
[57:06.740 --> 57:10.700] it and that's not there's been no enforcement on there and even the governor came out and
[57:10.700 --> 57:16.620] said that now there won't be any enforcement last I heard and I have not heard of any restaurant
[57:16.620 --> 57:22.180] but there again I guess we need to be asking that question and finding out more answers
[57:22.180 --> 57:26.420] about that to really know for sure yeah Brett go after him with open records request to
[57:26.420 --> 57:32.580] TBC and these health departments around all these different counties how many fine how
[57:32.580 --> 57:38.820] many restaurants have you guys find for not enforcing a mask policy that's a good point
[57:38.820 --> 57:46.780] right there it's all a paper tiger right right and this this makes the situation sound like
[57:46.780 --> 57:51.860] one of the one of the laws that I've disagreed with from you know as long as it's been around
[57:51.860 --> 57:58.180] is the 21 year old drinking age when I grew up and when I turned 18 it was legal to drink
[57:58.180 --> 58:03.500] at 18 as a matter of fact you could literally even drink and drive back then you could get
[58:03.500 --> 58:08.500] up to work and buy a beer and be drinking as you go down the road the key was you could
[58:08.500 --> 58:12.940] not be intoxicated you could not be drunk but you could sit there and drink and drive
[58:12.940 --> 58:21.180] literally back when I turned 18 back in the late 70s so this drinking age is 21 it's totally
[58:21.180 --> 58:26.620] a joke it's totally a situation where like for instance in Austin Texas you got university
[58:26.620 --> 58:32.300] effectors with 50,000 students so you're really gonna believe that an 18 year old leaves their
[58:32.300 --> 58:37.340] home for the first time leaves mom and dad for the first time moves to Austin living
[58:37.340 --> 58:42.740]  as an 18 year old they're gonna be there they're 18 they're 19 20 years old and they're not
[58:42.740 --> 58:47.420] gonna drink are you gonna tell how many students you really think go to UC that don't take
[58:47.420 --> 58:54.620] a drink before they're 21 the Bible remains the most popular book in the world yet countless
[58:54.620 --> 58:59.700] readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it some new translations try
[58:59.700 --> 59:05.260] to help by simplifying the text but in the process can compromise the profound meaning
[59:05.260 --> 59:12.300] of the scripture enter the recovery version first this new translation is extremely faithful
[59:12.300 --> 59:18.660] and accurate but the real story is the more than 9000 explanatory footnotes difficult

[01:01:17.060 --> 01:01:21.460] and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time
[01:01:21.460 --> 01:01:26.820] or the laboratory equipment to test the earth for THC Margaret Moore the Travis County District
[01:01:26.820 --> 01:01:30.820] Attorney announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and
[01:01:30.820 --> 01:01:35.940] delivery of marijuana cases because of the law Mr. Abbott and other state officials including
[01:01:35.940 --> 01:01:39.900] the Attorney General stipulated in a letter to County District attorneys back on Thursday
[01:01:39.900 --> 01:01:44.540] that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate
[01:01:44.540 --> 01:01:50.420] a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works as well as other cities too like the District
[01:01:50.420 --> 01:01:56.660] Attorney in El Paso Kyma Esparza a Democrat who also stated earlier this month that the
[01:01:56.660 --> 01:02:02.540] law quote will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso however the
[01:02:02.540 --> 01:02:07.220] issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball an assistant public defender in Harris
[01:02:07.220 --> 01:02:12.020] County who stated that quote the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based
[01:02:12.020 --> 01:02:16.540] on its chemical makeup it's important that if someone is charged with something the test
[01:02:16.540 --> 01:02:25.220] matches what they're charged with a paper by Tulane University identified a five and
[01:02:25.220 --> 01:02:30.700] a half inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico the specimen
[01:02:30.700 --> 01:02:36.140] being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found
[01:02:36.140 --> 01:02:41.180] way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean according to the university paper the shark
[01:02:41.180 --> 01:02:47.620] secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purposes hypothesized
[01:02:47.620 --> 01:03:14.420] to lure and pray may be drawn into the glow.
[01:03:14.420 --> 01:03:29.940]  It's
[01:03:29.940 --> 01:03:57.140] Alright folks, we are here.
[01:03:57.140 --> 01:04:03.660] We are here on this Thursday, November 12, 2020, our good friend Richard Reeves, he had
[01:04:03.660 --> 01:04:11.500] to cut out, but he asked me over the break, the top of the hour break, to finish his thought
[01:04:11.500 --> 01:04:18.500] for him, which was basically when he was talking about the drinking age thing, that these
[01:04:18.500 --> 01:04:25.540] unenforceable laws really do more harm than good because it just causes people to lose
[01:04:25.540 --> 01:04:32.140] respect for the law, and to lose respect for public servants, and it just causes more
[01:04:32.140 --> 01:04:33.140]  harm than good.
[01:04:33.140 --> 01:04:39.700]  I mean, it's completely unenforceable, it's ridiculous, so why bother, you know, it's
[01:04:39.700 --> 01:04:48.740] just a money making revenue scheme as far as I can see, and this also goes to this whole
[01:04:48.740 --> 01:04:54.700] mask business about making businesses try to enforce these mask mandates.
[01:04:54.700 --> 01:04:59.620] This also is along the lines of these ridiculous Brothers Keeper's Laws, that's what Richard
[01:04:59.620 --> 01:05:03.140]  calls them, that's what I call them, the Brothers Keeper's Laws.
[01:05:03.140 --> 01:05:11.300] These are the laws that say things that were pushed by mothers against drunk driving, okay,
[01:05:11.300 --> 01:05:17.980] actually mothers against drunk driving, unfortunately, they got hoodwinked, they got used by the
[01:05:17.980 --> 01:05:23.980] bad guys to push through legislation purely for the purpose of revenueing, all right,
[01:05:23.980 --> 01:05:30.300] and unfortunately because they are in grief, they were susceptible, I feel sorry for them,
[01:05:30.300 --> 01:05:34.460] that they were used in these ways to push these kinds of laws that don't do any good
[01:05:34.460 --> 01:05:39.860] because they don't solve the problem, okay, unfortunately they don't solve the problem,
[01:05:39.860 --> 01:05:46.020] but some of these things, these Brothers Keeper's Laws, these are the laws that like, for example,
[01:05:46.020 --> 01:05:53.700] a bartender can be prosecuted, not just the establishment sued, not just a bartender losing
[01:05:53.700 --> 01:06:00.380] their bartender license, not just fines, not just civil actions, we're talking criminal
[01:06:00.380 --> 01:06:10.420] prosecution, felony prosecution against bartenders if it's found out that they have served someone
[01:06:10.420 --> 01:06:15.940] who's already been drinking, who's already over the limit and then that customer ends
[01:06:15.940 --> 01:06:21.860] up going out and committing a crime or ends up killing someone or hurting someone in a
[01:06:21.860 --> 01:06:29.300] drunk driving accident, okay, this actually has happened to many people who are in the
[01:06:29.300 --> 01:06:35.940] serving industry that they have gone down for things like this and this is, it is ridiculous
[01:06:35.940 --> 01:06:42.140] to make patsies out of these bartenders because, you know, what are you going to do with somebody
[01:06:42.140 --> 01:06:47.900] who, you know, maybe like a professional drinker, for example, all right, you know, I use that
[01:06:47.900 --> 01:06:52.060] term loosely, where somebody can just hold their liquor really well and they just sit
[01:06:52.060 --> 01:06:56.940] there and they're acting totally normal and they can talk well without slurring their speech,
[01:06:56.940 --> 01:07:03.180] but they may be six sheets to the wind, you don't know, I mean people can build up a tolerance
[01:07:03.180 --> 01:07:08.380] like this, I've seen it, all right, I'm a musician, I've seen this sort of thing and
[01:07:08.380 --> 01:07:13.500] then there'll be little signs where somebody will just have a slight stumble and then you'll
[01:07:13.500 --> 01:07:17.580] see the look in their eyes is kind of glassy, it's like, oh yeah, this guy's six sheets
[01:07:17.580 --> 01:07:22.500] to the wind, he knows how to hold his liquor, all right, sometimes people don't notice these
[01:07:22.500 --> 01:07:29.380] things, you know, people hide it well and what about the ones who are taking prescription
[01:07:29.380 --> 01:07:37.180] pills, for example, where one drink has the effect of like five drinks, all right, well,
[01:07:37.180 --> 01:07:38.180]  so what now?
[01:07:38.180 --> 01:07:43.340] Are bartenders, they have to grill their, are bartenders supposed to be expected to
[01:07:43.340 --> 01:07:45.420]  grill their customers now?
[01:07:45.420 --> 01:07:49.660] Show me a list of all the prescription drugs you're on, you know, and do some kind of like
[01:07:49.660 --> 01:07:50.660]  FBI investigation?
[01:07:50.660 --> 01:07:51.660]  Oh, violating HIPAA.
[01:07:51.660 --> 01:07:57.220] Exactly, oh, but without violating HIPAA, that was exactly what I was just about to say,
[01:07:57.220 --> 01:07:58.980] Brett, but without violating HIPAA.
[01:07:58.980 --> 01:08:03.580] No, they can't ask anything like that, just like they can't ask, Richard, what's your
[01:08:03.580 --> 01:08:04.580]  medical condition?
[01:08:04.580 --> 01:08:09.420] They just have to take it at face value, all right, and so these are the Brothers Keeper's
[01:08:09.420 --> 01:08:16.740] Laws and, you know, I have personally seen, you know, a certain establishment that this
[01:08:16.740 --> 01:08:25.660] happened to where a bartender has facing prosecution because there was a certain customer here
[01:08:25.660 --> 01:08:31.420] in Austin, went to the restaurant, had dinner, had a drink, well, apparently went bar hopping
[01:08:31.420 --> 01:08:38.820] afterwards, or maybe had one drink somewhere else before or something, well, unfortunately,
[01:08:38.820 --> 01:08:46.940] this, you know, customer ended up later, met much later, I might add, like six or seven
[01:08:46.940 --> 01:08:53.500] hours later, ended up speeding eight miles an hour down a residential or somewhat residential
[01:08:53.500 --> 01:08:58.700] road here in Austin and killed a homeless person, okay, so now the bartender from seven
[01:08:58.700 --> 01:09:05.020] hours prior to that is under felony prosecution, it's like, hello, what is wrong with this
[01:09:05.020 --> 01:09:06.020]  picture?
[01:09:06.020 --> 01:09:10.940] All right, it just makes everyone look bad, it makes mothers against drunk driving look
[01:09:10.940 --> 01:09:17.820] bad, you know, because they're being used and hijacked to push these kinds of laws that
[01:09:17.820 --> 01:09:23.340] are unenforceable that don't solve the problem, so, anyway, I just wanted to finish up on
[01:09:23.340 --> 01:09:29.060] Richard's thought there, it's highly unfortunate, but this is not the way to solve the problem.
[01:09:29.060 --> 01:09:33.860] Putting the businesses on the dime is not the way to solve the problem, and unfortunately
[01:09:33.860 --> 01:09:38.020] if we have to go after the businesses, we have to go after the businesses, and I hate
[01:09:38.020 --> 01:09:44.420] that, I really do, but hopefully we can manage to do it in a way where they don't end up
[01:09:44.420 --> 01:09:49.300] losing their business, okay, the last thing we want to see is small businesses closing
[01:09:49.300 --> 01:09:55.940] and just corporations everywhere, but they're going to have to figure it out quick, because
[01:09:55.940 --> 01:10:01.340] if they're going to put themselves in front of the targets, well, then you're going to
[01:10:01.340 --> 01:10:07.460] get what you get, because this is a war here, we're not going to put up with this, all right?
[01:10:07.460 --> 01:10:14.300] Our forefathers fought in wars of independence over less than this, and this is ridiculous,
[01:10:14.300 --> 01:10:19.780] and so, yeah, Brett, we're discussing also on the break how the fact that at some of
[01:10:19.780 --> 01:10:28.860] these larger chains, restaurant chains, see, I suspect that the health department, ABC,
[01:10:28.860 --> 01:10:36.140] you know, state agencies, they have echoed this illegal governor order, okay, and the
[01:10:36.140 --> 01:10:40.900] county orders and such and such, and the mayor orders, I suspect they have echoed that in
[01:10:40.900 --> 01:10:46.020] their paperwork to these restaurants, and the reason I say that is because these larger
[01:10:46.020 --> 01:10:54.380] chains, they do poster policies on the outside of their front doors, and they have the exceptions
[01:10:54.380 --> 01:11:02.340] listed, outdoor area, exemption, medical condition, exemption, et cetera, et cetera, these smaller
[01:11:02.340 --> 01:11:09.900] restaurants, they don't have that, and so, it's like, hey, I feel bad for them, but figure
[01:11:09.900 --> 01:11:15.900] it out, I mean, these larger chains just aren't enforcing it at all, you know, Brett, you
[01:11:15.900 --> 01:11:22.420] were mentioning about experience about walking into one of these larger corporate chain places,
[01:11:22.420 --> 01:11:26.340] and they, you just tell them medical exemption, and they just leave you alone, right?
[01:11:26.340 --> 01:11:28.220]  It's like, have a nice day, right?
[01:11:28.220 --> 01:11:29.220]  Yeah, easy.
[01:11:29.220 --> 01:11:37.420]  I mean, no calling 911, it's like, I don't get it, I mean, why the big fear?
[01:11:37.420 --> 01:11:41.980] I mean, the person, I think personalities come into play a lot, just like with this one
[01:11:41.980 --> 01:11:48.540] particular waiter, we've had difficulties with him in the past, from years back, they
[01:11:48.540 --> 01:11:54.020] have nothing to do with any of this COVID stuff, you know, all the little carons, all
[01:11:54.020 --> 01:11:59.260] the little carons, it's like the bad guys have engineered this to give all the little
[01:11:59.260 --> 01:12:05.540] carons their opportunities to tell other people what to do.
[01:12:05.540 --> 01:12:13.780] Let me, let me bring in Danny from Tennessee, he sent me an email today on these masks,
[01:12:13.780 --> 01:12:14.780]  it was great.
[01:12:14.780 --> 01:12:18.300] Okay, well, before you bring Danny in, I just want to make one comment here about these
[01:12:18.300 --> 01:12:24.100] personality types, all right, good friend of ours, we've had him on the show many times,
[01:12:24.100 --> 01:12:30.700]  Dr. Bill V, psychologist, he's got a double PhD, and he's, he's counseling for living
[01:12:30.700 --> 01:12:35.420] for many decades, and we went out to eat with him a couple of months ago, he said, all of
[01:12:35.420 --> 01:12:39.500] my schooling, the 20 years it took me to get all these degrees, all the permission slips
[01:12:39.500 --> 01:12:43.420] on his wall, the degrees, that's what I call them, permission slips, all my years of counseling,
[01:12:43.420 --> 01:12:48.740] all my experience, he says, it all boils down to this right here, there's mainly only two
[01:12:48.740 --> 01:12:53.100] kinds of people in the world, those who want to be left alone, and those who won't leave
[01:12:53.100 --> 01:12:58.620] you alone, and that's it, and so you've got these army of carons, the ones who just can't
[01:12:58.620 --> 01:13:03.580] leave other people alone, the busybodies, okay, that are just running rampant, and they're
[01:13:03.580 --> 01:13:08.420] going to have to get smacked down, now there's another psychologist that has broken it down
[01:13:08.420 --> 01:13:14.420] a little bit further, into basically three personality types and one combo, you've got
[01:13:14.420 --> 01:13:19.300] the authoritarians, the carons, those who are not happy unless they're telling other
[01:13:19.300 --> 01:13:24.740] people what to do, and then you've got the submissive authoritarians, those who are not
[01:13:24.740 --> 01:13:30.220] happy unless they're being told what to do, then you've got the anti-authoritarians, the
[01:13:30.220 --> 01:13:35.140] only healthy personality type, those are the ones like us, we don't want to be told what
[01:13:35.140 --> 01:13:39.260] to, we don't want to tell other people what to do, and we don't want to be told what to
[01:13:39.260 --> 01:13:42.980] do either, and we're not going to put up with being told what to do, by the way, and then
[01:13:42.980 --> 01:13:47.700] you've got the fourth, if you want to consider it a separate, it's really a combo personality
[01:13:47.700 --> 01:13:55.660] type, the order takers, this is the combo authoritarian, submissive authoritarian personality
[01:13:55.660 --> 01:14:01.260] type, they want to be able to tell other people what to do under the umbrella of being told
[01:14:01.260 --> 01:14:06.740] what to do, the order takers, the ones at the Nuremberg trials, these are the ones that
[01:14:06.740 --> 01:14:12.860] unfortunately mostly are drawn to law enforcement, okay, so it's kind of scary that that personality
[01:14:12.860 --> 01:14:17.980] type would be drawn to what really should be the anti-authoritarian personality type,
[01:14:17.980 --> 01:14:21.900] should be the ones in law enforcement, but at any rate, this is what we're dealing with
[01:14:21.900 --> 01:14:27.780] people, the army of little Karens, and we just have to say no.
[01:14:27.780 --> 01:14:30.780]  So that's my story, and I'm sticking to it.
[01:14:30.780 --> 01:14:31.780]  Randy?
[01:14:31.780 --> 01:14:39.340] Okay, let me bring in Danny from Tennessee, Danny, you there?
[01:14:39.340 --> 01:14:40.340]  Yeah?
[01:14:40.340 --> 01:14:45.500] Talk to us, talk to us about this email you sent me.
[01:14:45.500 --> 01:14:55.100] Okay, well, as a copy of the email I sent to local government officials, the main ones
[01:14:55.100 --> 01:15:00.660] was county mayor, city mayor, and regional health director, because they signed the health
[01:15:00.660 --> 01:15:08.180] department orders for all this COVID things, including the wearing of masks, and so I bring
[01:15:08.180 --> 01:15:16.740] up all this information together that they found out at least a hundred years ago, published
[01:15:16.740 --> 01:15:24.580] just in 1920, and published several times since then, the different tests they've done that
[01:15:24.580 --> 01:15:32.340] the masks don't help prevent infection, one of the recent ones was the New England Journal
[01:15:32.340 --> 01:15:41.460] of Medicine, titled Universal Masking Hospitals in the COVID-19 Era, and one part of it says
[01:15:41.460 --> 01:15:47.100] we know that wearing a mask outside healthcare facilities offers little of any protection
[01:15:47.100 --> 01:15:54.420] from infection, and the latter says it's also clear that masks serve the symbolic rules.
[01:15:54.420 --> 01:16:00.580] Masks are not only tools, they're also talismans that help increase healthcare workers' perceived
[01:16:00.580 --> 01:16:07.060] sense of safety, well-being, and trust in their hospitals, so I keyed on that word talisman
[01:16:07.060 --> 01:16:13.780] because it's like a good luck charm, an object with magic powers to give protection from
[01:16:13.780 --> 01:16:20.380] evil spirits, as my take on it, but go on, and I found this other publication that had
[01:16:20.380 --> 01:16:31.100] a review of publications related to masks, both the uselessness of it, and some of the
[01:16:31.100 --> 01:16:33.540] health problems that it can cause.
[01:16:33.540 --> 01:16:41.100] Okay, hang on, Danny, we're about to go to our sponsors, this is Randy Kelton, Brent
[01:16:41.100 --> 01:16:48.820] Fountain, Deborah Stevens, the Wheel of Law Radio, our call-in number 512-646-1984, we've
[01:16:48.820 --> 01:16:54.140] got three more segments, so we've got time for a couple of callers, hang on, we'll be
[01:16:54.140 --> 01:17:00.580]  right back.

[01:19:41.100 --> 01:19:45.660] You notice how I jumble all of those around except my name?
[01:19:45.660 --> 01:19:50.180]  That's because I'm saying it.
[01:19:50.180 --> 01:19:52.860]  I control the horizontal.
[01:19:52.860 --> 01:19:56.460] I control the vertical and I control the mute for Danny.
[01:19:56.460 --> 01:19:57.460]  Hello, Danny.
[01:19:57.460 --> 01:19:58.460]  How are you?
[01:19:58.460 --> 01:20:02.180]  Yeah, I was looking at this.
[01:20:02.180 --> 01:20:04.740] You were getting right to this one.
[01:20:04.740 --> 01:20:06.340] Animals of the Royal College.
[01:20:06.340 --> 01:20:10.660] No, that's not it, the one above it.
[01:20:10.660 --> 01:20:14.660]  American Journal of Public Health, 1920.
[01:20:14.660 --> 01:20:15.660]  Yes.
[01:20:15.660 --> 01:20:17.660] Will you read that one?
[01:20:17.660 --> 01:20:24.460] Okay, it says masks have not been approved efficiently enough to warrant compulsory application
[01:20:24.460 --> 01:20:27.220] for the checking of epidemics.
[01:20:27.220 --> 01:20:31.780] It also settled in much argued question of masks for the public.
[01:20:31.780 --> 01:20:40.980] Now, if this had already come up 100 years ago, so it's not like we haven't paid attention
[01:20:40.980 --> 01:20:47.940] to masks and their utility, if they were paying attention to them 100 years ago, we ought to
[01:20:47.940 --> 01:20:50.260] have it figured out by now.
[01:20:50.260 --> 01:20:53.860] Okay, going with the rest of these.
[01:20:53.860 --> 01:21:00.100] Okay, the next one I presented to them from the Annals of the Royal College of Surgeons
[01:21:00.100 --> 01:21:08.660] of England, 1981, and their conclusions they'd reached in that little study was no masks
[01:21:08.660 --> 01:21:12.460] were worn in one operating theater for six months.
[01:21:12.460 --> 01:21:15.700] There was no increase in incidence of wound infection.
[01:21:15.700 --> 01:21:21.980] So, there they just did without it one operating room for six months and no bad effects.
[01:21:21.980 --> 01:21:26.380] Yeah, and I want to make a comment here about the operating room because I know some doctors
[01:21:26.380 --> 01:21:33.060] and some surgeons and I have been told on competent authority by people who are involved
[01:21:33.060 --> 01:21:35.140] in this that actually do it.
[01:21:35.140 --> 01:21:41.020] The reason they wear masks in the surgical room, the doctors and the nurses is not because
[01:21:41.020 --> 01:21:43.100]  of this infection issue.
[01:21:43.100 --> 01:21:49.780] It's to keep the patient's blood and other body fluids from splashing up into their nose
[01:21:49.780 --> 01:21:52.700] and mouth and on their face while they're cutting on them.
[01:21:52.700 --> 01:21:57.820] Okay, so sorry to be so graphic, but that's the reason, all right, and it's not to prevent
[01:21:57.820 --> 01:21:59.580] spread of viruses or anything like that.
[01:21:59.580 --> 01:22:04.700] It's just basically to keep stuff off of their face and they typically wear some kind
[01:22:04.700 --> 01:22:07.940] of eye protection too to keep it from just getting in their eyes.
[01:22:07.940 --> 01:22:10.660] All right, so please continue.
[01:22:10.660 --> 01:22:13.620] They play on our, they're playing on our lack of knowledge.
[01:22:13.620 --> 01:22:15.460]  Yeah, basically.
[01:22:15.460 --> 01:22:20.740] We see doctors always wearing masks and we presume it's to keep them from infection.
[01:22:20.740 --> 01:22:22.220] Well, we see it on the TV.
[01:22:22.220 --> 01:22:23.620]  It's the other way around.
[01:22:23.620 --> 01:22:25.620]  Yeah, exactly.
[01:22:25.620 --> 01:22:27.220]  And it's not a hazmat suit.
[01:22:27.220 --> 01:22:31.500] I mean, it's not to protect them from really like infection, really.
[01:22:31.500 --> 01:22:38.340] It's just to keep it like getting from them totally having a mess on their face, really.
[01:22:38.340 --> 01:22:44.540] I mean, if they want to keep, in fact, when the HIV thing was going or was first started
[01:22:44.540 --> 01:22:49.260] blowing up back in the, whenever it was the 80s and stuff like that, there were a lot
[01:22:49.260 --> 01:22:56.780] of orthopedic surgeons that retired early because apparently those surgeries can be
[01:22:56.780 --> 01:23:00.300] pretty messy and they didn't want to get infected.
[01:23:00.300 --> 01:23:04.500] So yeah, this is just like basically to keep the junk off the face in surgery.
[01:23:04.500 --> 01:23:07.220] It's not, it's not to stop the spread of any infection.
[01:23:07.220 --> 01:23:08.220]  Either way.
[01:23:08.220 --> 01:23:09.220]  Okay.
[01:23:09.220 --> 01:23:13.180] Well, go to the next one.
[01:23:13.180 --> 01:23:16.780]  The emerging infectious diseases.
[01:23:16.780 --> 01:23:24.540] Yeah, this was posted on the website for the Centers of Disease Control.
[01:23:24.540 --> 01:23:27.900] And so I thought that was kind of interesting of the way they didn't put things out.
[01:23:27.900 --> 01:23:36.580] But this one, I did sort of a survey of literature and in our systematic review, we identified
[01:23:36.580 --> 01:23:43.620] well, 10 different tests that reported estimates of the effectiveness of face masks and reducing
[01:23:43.620 --> 01:23:49.780] laboratory confirmed influenza virus infections in the community from literature published
[01:23:49.780 --> 01:23:55.260]  during 1946 through July 27th, 2018.
[01:23:55.260 --> 01:24:00.500] In pooled analysis, we found no significant reduction in influenza transmission with use
[01:24:00.500 --> 01:24:02.500]  of face masks.
[01:24:02.500 --> 01:24:03.500]  Wow.
[01:24:03.500 --> 01:24:04.500]  Okay.
[01:24:04.500 --> 01:24:05.500]  Go on.
[01:24:05.500 --> 01:24:08.500]  He's got more.
[01:24:08.500 --> 01:24:09.500]  Okay.
[01:24:09.500 --> 01:24:17.340] Then, you know, this is to these public officials and copied to all their city councilmen and
[01:24:17.340 --> 01:24:20.540] county commissioners and some local news outlets.
[01:24:20.540 --> 01:24:27.980] Now, I give my little little wiggle room for, you know, not just being big old oppressive
[01:24:27.980 --> 01:24:28.980]  cooks.
[01:24:28.980 --> 01:24:33.500] They said, although there may have been some misplaced belief that face masks really do
[01:24:33.500 --> 01:24:39.460] help reduce the transmission of infection due to the tradition of their use, better
[01:24:39.460 --> 01:24:44.340] information necessitates reevaluation of requirements that shoots.
[01:24:44.340 --> 01:24:52.620] Now, here's the great enemy of truth is very often not the lie, deliberate, contrived and
[01:24:52.620 --> 01:24:58.420] dishonest, but the myth, persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.
[01:24:58.420 --> 01:25:02.060] Too often we hold fast to the cliches or forebears.
[01:25:02.060 --> 01:25:06.780] We subject all facts to a prefabricated set of interpretations.
[01:25:06.780 --> 01:25:11.380] We enjoy the comfort of opinion without the discomfort of thought.
[01:25:11.380 --> 01:25:19.020] That was from John F. Kennedy, commencement address he gave at Yale University in 1962.
[01:25:19.020 --> 01:25:28.420] And then I finish up with a couple of little punches is where they perform in 1920 or some
[01:25:28.420 --> 01:25:33.140] date between science has consistently found no significant benefit for the use of face
[01:25:33.140 --> 01:25:38.140] masks for the reduction of transmission of infectious agents.
[01:25:38.140 --> 01:25:43.740] With this new insight on the effectiveness of perceived issued orders, you might better
[01:25:43.740 --> 01:25:49.180] evaluate information being used for future decisions and not find yourself in the position
[01:25:49.180 --> 01:25:55.300] of having been an advocate for some superstitious practice such as using a talisman for protection
[01:25:55.300 --> 01:25:59.460]  from evil spirits.
[01:25:59.460 --> 01:26:02.220] Why didn't you tell them what you were really thinking?
[01:26:02.220 --> 01:26:03.220]  Yeah.
[01:26:03.220 --> 01:26:08.700] I thought that was really good, what do you think, Brett?
[01:26:08.700 --> 01:26:14.420] I love it, spinning around to make them really look like idiots and give them just a little
[01:26:14.420 --> 01:26:19.940] bit of wiggle room so that they talk about, well, maybe it was a misplaced belief.
[01:26:19.940 --> 01:26:21.420]  I like it.
[01:26:21.420 --> 01:26:29.140] If anybody wants a copy, send me an email and I will forward Danny's email to them.
[01:26:29.140 --> 01:26:36.940] I have it chopped out into a Word document and I can just drop it in an email.
[01:26:36.940 --> 01:26:43.380] So if anybody wants a copy of it so they can spread it around and I'll get it to you.
[01:26:43.380 --> 01:26:46.620] Okay, Danny, is that what you called to talk about?
[01:26:46.620 --> 01:26:48.500]  Because I kind of bushwhacked you.
[01:26:48.500 --> 01:26:55.900] Well, to some extent, but also some other guerrilla tactics with using this.
[01:26:55.900 --> 01:27:03.660] So now that they know this, saying the other things to do, I mean, my last little idea
[01:27:03.660 --> 01:27:11.380] is contact the Chamber of Commerce with this, showing that the local officials have been
[01:27:11.380 --> 01:27:20.660] provided this and asking them to provide it to their members so that they can cease doing
[01:27:20.660 --> 01:27:23.500] this thing because there's also harm that can be called.
[01:27:23.500 --> 01:27:25.540]  There's no benefit to it.
[01:27:25.540 --> 01:27:31.180] And they may be liable for the harm they do to their employees.
[01:27:31.180 --> 01:27:36.820] And to go along with that, I was also, before I thought of that, I was thinking just jumping
[01:27:36.820 --> 01:27:42.140] on some of these businesses and putting OSHA complaints against them for having their employees
[01:27:42.140 --> 01:27:45.660] do this, but there's no point to it.
[01:27:45.660 --> 01:27:46.660]  OSHA?
[01:27:46.660 --> 01:27:47.660]  Yeah.
[01:27:47.660 --> 01:27:52.500] How can we get to OSHA?
[01:27:52.500 --> 01:27:55.780]  That's interesting.
[01:27:55.780 --> 01:28:01.420] Yeah, let's get them feeding on each other back and forward, however we can do it.
[01:28:01.420 --> 01:28:05.260] No, no, what I was saying was how do we engage OSHA?
[01:28:05.260 --> 01:28:15.140] There has to be some kind of law or rule of regulation against doing it, forcing something
[01:28:15.140 --> 01:28:19.860] that can be harmful under the guise of something helpful.
[01:28:19.860 --> 01:28:27.860] Well, Randy, one thing about OSHA with these masks is that there's OSHA regulation that
[01:28:27.860 --> 01:28:35.980]  says a work environment has to maintain at least 19, I think it's 19.5% oxygen, either
[01:28:35.980 --> 01:28:41.060]  19 or 19.5% oxygen in the air.
[01:28:41.060 --> 01:28:50.980] And with the masks, it's many times, often, not many times as far as a multiplier, but
[01:28:50.980 --> 01:28:59.220] often it's lower than that with the mask, and there have been studies on that.
[01:28:59.220 --> 01:29:00.220] And so like with the surgeon...
[01:29:00.220 --> 01:29:03.060] If you take much of a study, you just measure it right there on the spot.
[01:29:03.060 --> 01:29:04.300] Yeah, you can measure it right there on the spot.
[01:29:04.300 --> 01:29:08.380] And you can see the oxygen level is going dramatically down inside the mask.
[01:29:08.380 --> 01:29:14.980] Yeah, and the surgeons have to take frequent breaks because of that, too.
[01:29:14.980 --> 01:29:15.980]  That's interesting.
[01:29:15.980 --> 01:29:19.700]  They've caused them shortness of breath.
[01:29:19.700 --> 01:29:21.380] What do you say about that, Danny?
[01:29:21.380 --> 01:29:26.740] Well, yeah, some of it, I mean, I didn't bring it out in what I wrote, but in that second
[01:29:26.740 --> 01:29:35.060] document, it refers to a number of studies where they're showing decreased in oxygen
[01:29:35.060 --> 01:29:41.780] with a mask on, especially for people who are in weaker health conditions and things.
[01:29:41.780 --> 01:29:48.260] He's talking about hypoxia, a reduction in blood oxygen, but with the OSHA stuff, it's
[01:29:48.260 --> 01:29:51.540] straight up in the air, like behind the mask.
[01:29:51.540 --> 01:29:52.540]  So...
[01:29:52.540 --> 01:29:53.540]  Oh, well.
[01:29:53.540 --> 01:29:58.540] All right, we'll be right back, folks.
[01:29:58.540 --> 01:30:08.900] Reality TV, sugar, obesity, jet lag, the list of things that makes us dumber just keeps
[01:30:08.900 --> 01:30:09.900]  on growing.
[01:30:09.900 --> 01:30:13.100] But now researchers say we can add stress to the list.
[01:30:13.100 --> 01:30:17.180] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with details in a moment.
[01:30:17.180 --> 01:30:18.900]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:18.900 --> 01:30:22.500] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:22.500 --> 01:30:27.500] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too.
[01:30:27.500 --> 01:30:32.660] You'll protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[01:30:32.660 --> 01:30:35.260]  Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[01:30:35.260 --> 01:30:40.900] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[01:30:40.900 --> 01:30:42.580]  Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:30:42.580 --> 01:30:44.580]  Start over with StartPage.
[01:30:44.580 --> 01:30:49.180] Are you always on the go and juggling multiple projects?
[01:30:49.180 --> 01:30:54.460] If so, you might think that multitasking proves you're smart, but think again, all that stress
[01:30:54.460 --> 01:30:56.700] might be eating your brain.
[01:30:56.700 --> 01:31:01.300] A new study, Find Stress, reduces the number of connections between neurons, which actually
[01:31:01.300 --> 01:31:04.860] makes it harder for people to manage problems.
[01:31:04.860 --> 01:31:08.940] Researchers at Yale University found that stressed out people have less gray matter in
[01:31:08.940 --> 01:31:11.100]  their prefrontal cortex.
[01:31:11.100 --> 01:31:16.260] That's the part of the brain that helps us weigh conflicting ideas and regulate our emotions.
[01:31:16.260 --> 01:31:18.260] So take a deep breath and chill out.
[01:31:18.260 --> 01:31:21.660] It'll help keep your mind as sharp as a tack.
[01:31:21.660 --> 01:31:31.460] I'm Dr. Cameron Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:31:31.460 --> 01:31:36.820] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[01:31:36.820 --> 01:31:39.020] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:31:39.020 --> 01:31:43.860] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:31:43.860 --> 01:31:47.900] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives, and thousands of my fellow
[01:31:47.900 --> 01:31:49.340]  first responders have died.
[01:31:49.340 --> 01:31:53.140]  I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I'm a structural engineer, I'm a New York City correction office,
[01:31:53.140 --> 01:31:57.860] I'm an Air Force pilot, I'm a father who lost his son, we're Americans, and we deserve
[01:31:57.860 --> 01:31:58.860]  the truth.
[01:31:58.860 --> 01:32:02.860]  Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[01:32:02.860 --> 01:32:05.940] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law Traffic Seminar.
[01:32:05.940 --> 01:32:09.260] In today's America, we live in a us against them society, and if we, the people, are
[01:32:09.260 --> 01:32:12.860] ever going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own
[01:32:12.860 --> 01:32:13.860]  rights.
[01:32:13.860 --> 01:32:16.620] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to
[01:32:16.620 --> 01:32:20.860] act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law.
[01:32:20.860 --> 01:32:24.700] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve
[01:32:24.700 --> 01:32:26.500] our rights through due process.
[01:32:26.500 --> 01:32:30.060] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the
[01:32:30.060 --> 01:32:33.820] most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process
[01:32:33.820 --> 01:32:36.220] is and how to hold courts to the rule of law.
[01:32:36.220 --> 01:32:40.220] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and

[01:33:00.340 --> 01:33:05.660] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network.
[01:33:05.660 --> 01:33:07.660]  LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:33:07.660 --> 01:33:14.660]  LogosRadioNetwork.com
[01:33:37.660 --> 01:33:44.660]  LogosRadioNetwork.com
[01:34:07.660 --> 01:34:29.660]  LogosRadioNetwork.com
[01:34:29.660 --> 01:34:36.060] Okay we are back, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rule of Law Radio and we're talking to Danny
[01:34:36.060 --> 01:34:38.060]  in Tennessee.
[01:34:38.060 --> 01:34:40.060] Danny, do you have anything else?
[01:34:40.060 --> 01:34:42.060]  No, I think not.
[01:34:42.060 --> 01:34:48.060] Just keep trying to think of different grill tactics to use this with.
[01:34:48.060 --> 01:34:49.060]  Good.
[01:34:49.060 --> 01:34:50.060]  Fine.
[01:34:50.060 --> 01:34:51.060] Get us some more emails like that.
[01:34:51.060 --> 01:34:52.060]  That was great.
[01:34:52.060 --> 01:34:54.060]  Well, I'm glad you liked it.
[01:34:54.060 --> 01:34:55.060]  Okay.
[01:34:55.060 --> 01:34:56.060]  Thank you, Danny.
[01:34:56.060 --> 01:35:00.060] Now we're going to go to Scott in Tejas.
[01:35:00.060 --> 01:35:02.060]  Hello, Scott.
[01:35:02.060 --> 01:35:04.060]  Howdy, howdy.
[01:35:04.060 --> 01:35:07.060] I know you have something on point.
[01:35:07.060 --> 01:35:10.060] Oh, I've always got something on point, you know.
[01:35:10.060 --> 01:35:17.060] At least I can honestly say I have never worn a mask one time, not one minute of one day.
[01:35:17.060 --> 01:35:19.060]  And I've worked gun shows.
[01:35:19.060 --> 01:35:24.060] I'll sit behind my little table there because if you read in that order, I take that order
[01:35:24.060 --> 01:35:27.060] and I have my briefcase sitting out on my table.
[01:35:27.060 --> 01:35:33.060] I tape it to the front of my briefcase so everybody that walks past can read it if they want.
[01:35:33.060 --> 01:35:38.060] Because in that order on the first page it says you have to wear a mask unless you can
[01:35:38.060 --> 01:35:40.060]  maintain six foot distance.
[01:35:40.060 --> 01:35:43.060] And that's inside an enclosed area too.
[01:35:43.060 --> 01:35:48.060] So I just set it up there and I'm like, man, y'all got anything to say?
[01:35:48.060 --> 01:35:49.060]  Read the order.
[01:35:49.060 --> 01:35:50.060]  I'm sitting there.
[01:35:50.060 --> 01:35:51.060]  I'm six foot away from you.
[01:35:51.060 --> 01:36:00.060] But what I wanted to talk about is how this election thing is going and all the election
[01:36:00.060 --> 01:36:02.060]  fraud and everything.
[01:36:02.060 --> 01:36:12.060] And more importantly is this hammer and scorecard thing that the media doesn't want to touch
[01:36:12.060 --> 01:36:13.060]  at all.
[01:36:13.060 --> 01:36:22.060] And doing a little bit more research, the hammer was a program that was written to capture
[01:36:22.060 --> 01:36:25.060]  information on American people.
[01:36:25.060 --> 01:36:34.060] And scorecard is what basically the CIA has been running this program to rig all these
[01:36:34.060 --> 01:36:35.060]  elections overseas.
[01:36:35.060 --> 01:36:43.060] So think Ukraine and all these other countries that have their elections manipulated for
[01:36:43.060 --> 01:36:44.060]  regime change.
[01:36:44.060 --> 01:36:52.060] So this is where it turns into a real global thing once it all comes out about this hammer
[01:36:52.060 --> 01:36:58.060] scorecard, how it has been used to rig all these elections, not just here in America,
[01:36:58.060 --> 01:37:02.060] but everywhere, all these countries.
[01:37:02.060 --> 01:37:08.060] It is going to be a huge awakening once this really breaks out.
[01:37:08.060 --> 01:37:11.060] And the media does not want to touch it.
[01:37:11.060 --> 01:37:13.060] So I wanted to bring that out.
[01:37:13.060 --> 01:37:24.060] Just because this hammer program was written for the CIA by an American programmer.
[01:37:24.060 --> 01:37:31.060] And it was originally used to control these control drones for drone strikes.
[01:37:31.060 --> 01:37:39.060] And it was a super secret program to spy on all of our enemies.
[01:37:39.060 --> 01:37:51.060] And as soon as Obama got in, the Obama administration took it and reworked it and used it with Homeland
[01:37:51.060 --> 01:37:54.060] Security to spy on the United States.
[01:37:54.060 --> 01:38:02.060] And that is what Snowden, a lot of the information that he released, that is how that information
[01:38:02.060 --> 01:38:08.060] was discovered through this hammer program.
[01:38:08.060 --> 01:38:16.060] And now they've somehow introduced this into, will you explain how this vote manipulation
[01:38:16.060 --> 01:38:17.060]  worked?
[01:38:17.060 --> 01:38:25.060] What they were doing is in the scorecard program, they were fractionalizing the vote.
[01:38:25.060 --> 01:38:33.060] And think of a banker taking, like,.001 pennies out of your account.
[01:38:33.060 --> 01:38:38.060] But you would notice that, and nobody really would, but when he did that to millions and
[01:38:38.060 --> 01:38:43.060] millions of people, then they were able to kind of capture it.
[01:38:43.060 --> 01:38:44.060] Well, the same thing with this.
[01:38:44.060 --> 01:38:48.060] And everybody's already coming out saying that all they've got to do is go look at the source
[01:38:48.060 --> 01:38:55.060] code on this and they can see how they take in the votes and they fractionalize the votes.
[01:38:55.060 --> 01:39:03.060] And basically they shipped them in the company that actually owns that program for scorecard
[01:39:03.060 --> 01:39:05.060]  is overseas in Europe.
[01:39:05.060 --> 01:39:07.060] So they tabulated all this stuff.
[01:39:07.060 --> 01:39:10.060] It's supposed to go like to the state register or whatever.
[01:39:10.060 --> 01:39:15.060] And then it's shipped overseas where they fractionalize all the votes and then they ship them back
[01:39:15.060 --> 01:39:18.060] and that's how they were able to manipulate the election.
[01:39:18.060 --> 01:39:26.060] And one of the reasons they got so out of whack, and this is what people are starting to speculate
[01:39:26.060 --> 01:39:34.060] now, is that Trump had won in such a landslide that they had to come in there and rig the
[01:39:34.060 --> 01:39:42.060] vote and basically do their 4 a.m. ballot dumps and fill out just own Biden only or whatever
[01:39:42.060 --> 01:39:44.060] and shove it through, whatever.
[01:39:44.060 --> 01:39:55.060] But they had to put so many votes in to offset what Trump had won that it threw the system
[01:39:55.060 --> 01:39:59.060] out of whack inadvertently and they didn't really realize that.
[01:39:59.060 --> 01:40:04.060] And now when it's coming back with all these numbers in this fractionalized vote, that's
[01:40:04.060 --> 01:40:11.060] basically when you diluted the system that far, it threw so much stuff out of whack.
[01:40:11.060 --> 01:40:16.060] I can't really explain it that well because I'm still kind of learning about it as I go.
[01:40:16.060 --> 01:40:23.060] Well, you end up with more votes that were last minute mail-in votes or however they categorized
[01:40:23.060 --> 01:40:25.060]  these fake votes.
[01:40:25.060 --> 01:40:30.060] You end up with more of them than registered voters in a given area.
[01:40:30.060 --> 01:40:33.060]  And then it's like, what happened?
[01:40:33.060 --> 01:40:34.060]  Exactly.
[01:40:34.060 --> 01:40:41.060]  That's why you're seeing states reporting a 104% turnout, which is statistically impossible.
[01:40:41.060 --> 01:40:43.060] How can you have more than 100%?
[01:40:43.060 --> 01:40:49.060]  There's been two states already that I know that were 102%, 104% turnout.
[01:40:49.060 --> 01:40:53.060] And that was the whole thing that blew the whole thing out of whack.
[01:40:53.060 --> 01:40:58.060] Now they have so many votes, they have more votes than is registered in their county.
[01:40:58.060 --> 01:41:01.060]  That's what's got them all jacked up now.
[01:41:01.060 --> 01:41:06.060]  They can't reel it back in.
[01:41:06.060 --> 01:41:08.060]  Yeah, that's the good part.
[01:41:08.060 --> 01:41:12.060] Once you let it out, you can't get it back.
[01:41:12.060 --> 01:41:20.060] And the problem with cheating is they're just never, ever careful.
[01:41:20.060 --> 01:41:24.060] They just always have to overdo everything and ruin it.
[01:41:24.060 --> 01:41:29.060] Well, they had to throw everything and the kitchen sink at it.
[01:41:29.060 --> 01:41:32.060] That's why they had to get the postal service involved.
[01:41:32.060 --> 01:41:34.060]  You're seeing all these postal workers.
[01:41:34.060 --> 01:41:37.060] There was a new postal worker that just came out today on Project Veritas.
[01:41:37.060 --> 01:41:39.060] And he was saying the same thing.
[01:41:39.060 --> 01:41:46.060] Yeah, we were told in front of a group of 30 people, we have to start doing all this stuff and have to start rigging.
[01:41:46.060 --> 01:41:49.060] So they had to throw the post office in on it.
[01:41:49.060 --> 01:41:51.060] They had to throw everything.
[01:41:51.060 --> 01:41:52.060] The whole election is boring.
[01:41:52.060 --> 01:41:57.060] I mean, they have to audit every state in the union now.
[01:41:57.060 --> 01:42:04.060] All 50 states have to be audited because even here in Texas, they were rigged out the wazoo here.
[01:42:04.060 --> 01:42:11.060] Just like I was talking about before the election when Project Veritas busted that lady down there in Stanton,
[01:42:11.060 --> 01:42:18.060] where they were buying votes from the locals around there and judges,
[01:42:18.060 --> 01:42:26.060] sitting judges was calling this lady up using their services because she could swing the election with 5,000 votes at a whack.
[01:42:26.060 --> 01:42:33.060] At $5 a vote, they pay her 25 grand and she can go out there and land them 5,000 votes.
[01:42:33.060 --> 01:42:36.060] So they're swinging these elections all over.
[01:42:36.060 --> 01:42:38.060] All these states have to be audited.
[01:42:38.060 --> 01:42:40.060]  And that's what they're calling for now.
[01:42:40.060 --> 01:42:47.060] If they do that, man, it is game over because they are so busted.
[01:42:47.060 --> 01:42:58.060] And all these people that are finally starting to get busted for all this stuff because of the videos, the data trails,
[01:42:58.060 --> 01:43:04.060] all this stuff is coming back on them and they don't have nowhere to run.
[01:43:04.060 --> 01:43:07.060]  They are busted.
[01:43:07.060 --> 01:43:14.060] And since Attorney General Barr has just authorized the DOJ to start prosecuting,
[01:43:14.060 --> 01:43:16.060] now you're going to start seeing people.
[01:43:16.060 --> 01:43:19.060] Throwing each other under the bus.
[01:43:19.060 --> 01:43:24.060]  Exactly. Exactly.
[01:43:24.060 --> 01:43:27.060] So it's fixed to get real good.
[01:43:27.060 --> 01:43:29.060] Don't worry, Trump is going to win.
[01:43:29.060 --> 01:43:30.060]  He's going to pull it out.
[01:43:30.060 --> 01:43:37.060] It's all going to be legal and the Democrats are going to, their hair is going to be on fire.
[01:43:37.060 --> 01:43:38.060]  Okay.
[01:43:38.060 --> 01:43:39.060]  Hang on.
[01:43:39.060 --> 01:43:42.060] Is that all you have, Scott?
[01:43:42.060 --> 01:43:43.060]  I'm done.
[01:43:43.060 --> 01:43:44.060]  Bye.
[01:43:44.060 --> 01:43:45.060]  Okay.
[01:43:45.060 --> 01:43:46.060]  Thank you, Scott.
[01:43:46.060 --> 01:43:51.060] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Ruvolo Radio, Scott's gone.
[01:43:51.060 --> 01:43:53.060]  John, I see you there.
[01:43:53.060 --> 01:43:55.060] We'll pick you up on the other side.
[01:43:55.060 --> 01:44:24.060]  We'll be right back.
[01:44:25.060 --> 01:44:51.060]  We'll be right back.
[01:44:55.060 --> 01:45:00.060] R-R-A-S at yahoo.com to learn how to stop debt collectors next.
[01:45:25.060 --> 01:45:53.060]  We'll be right back.
[01:45:53.060 --> 01:46:00.060]  We'll be right back.
[01:46:23.060 --> 01:46:43.060]  Okay, we are back.
[01:46:43.060 --> 01:46:50.060] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Ruvolo Radio, and we're going to John in New York.
[01:46:50.060 --> 01:46:51.060]  Hello, John.
[01:46:51.060 --> 01:46:52.060]  Hi.
[01:46:52.060 --> 01:46:55.060] What do you have for us today?
[01:46:55.060 --> 01:47:03.060] Well, Randy, you have some excellent, excellent points on the mask, what I call the mask parade,
[01:47:03.060 --> 01:47:06.060]  or the mask parade.
[01:47:06.060 --> 01:47:11.060] You brought up some excellent points about what happens when you go into a restaurant
[01:47:11.060 --> 01:47:15.060] or any other business and they require you to wear a mask.
[01:47:15.060 --> 01:47:16.060]  Excellent points.
[01:47:16.060 --> 01:47:18.060] And your callers did the same thing.
[01:47:18.060 --> 01:47:26.060] Now, my question is related, but it goes one step into the thing.
[01:47:26.060 --> 01:47:36.060] COVID-19, if you examine the virus, it's got parts of the virus that are owned, their proteins, to be simplified.
[01:47:36.060 --> 01:47:47.060] They're proteins owned by Fauci, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and I believe Bill Gates owns some of the, some of that.
[01:47:47.060 --> 01:47:55.060] Now, if you own the virus with a patent, you also get to own the vaccine.
[01:47:55.060 --> 01:48:00.060] So you follow the money and you see where most of this is going.
[01:48:00.060 --> 01:48:05.060] When these people do things, they have more than one purpose in mind.
[01:48:05.060 --> 01:48:08.060] Making money, of course, is one big one.
[01:48:08.060 --> 01:48:20.060] They stand to make billions, if not trillions of dollars over a period of like they want to do the vaccines several times a year for the next five or 10 years.
[01:48:20.060 --> 01:48:24.060] And the CDC has a stake in it, too.
[01:48:24.060 --> 01:48:35.060] They sell vaccines and that's a conflict of interest because they're the ones that are supposed to be guarding the safety of what goes to the public,
[01:48:35.060 --> 01:48:42.060] but they're selling vaccines, too. That's a conflict of interest right there in another topic of discussion on another time.
[01:48:42.060 --> 01:48:55.060] There's another topic of discussion concerning this vaccine that's coming that you're trying to fast track out with the nanotechnology components.
[01:48:55.060 --> 01:48:57.060] Are you familiar with that?
[01:48:57.060 --> 01:49:01.060] Oh, yeah. You could refer to those as nanobots.
[01:49:01.060 --> 01:49:08.060] Basically, what they have, and there's more to it than that, there's even more than that.
[01:49:08.060 --> 01:49:13.060] And I see that you're well read and you know exactly what you're talking about.
[01:49:13.060 --> 01:49:24.060] It's an RNA-DNA vaccine and what happened was all the vaccine trials on all the other types of vaccines,
[01:49:24.060 --> 01:49:28.060] not the same as the one you're talking about now, the RNA-DNA,
[01:49:28.060 --> 01:49:35.060] they all ended in failure. The animals mostly all died, and if they didn't die, they got sick.
[01:49:35.060 --> 01:49:43.060] And then they went to this new, and of course they hid that, so they tried to hide that back, but that's their good.
[01:49:43.060 --> 01:49:52.060] So they went to this new approach, a Bill Gates approach, and this has to do more with population control, sterility,
[01:49:52.060 --> 01:49:57.060] and causing illness than anything else, and I'll get to that in a minute.
[01:49:57.060 --> 01:50:01.060] What happens with the RNA-DNA vaccine has never been used before.
[01:50:01.060 --> 01:50:09.060] It's never been used on animals. They just conveniently skipped the animal trials, just like we said.
[01:50:09.060 --> 01:50:18.060] That track, they conveniently skipped the animal trials, or rather went past them, and they went right into human trials.
[01:50:18.060 --> 01:50:22.060] Now, this is one of the mounts, too, is guinea pigs, so humans are guinea pigs.
[01:50:22.060 --> 01:50:29.060] And people were getting sick left and right, and 20% of them had to be hospitalized.
[01:50:29.060 --> 01:50:32.060] But I don't think they talked too much about that.
[01:50:32.060 --> 01:50:41.060] If I remember correctly, 80% of people with the RNA-DNA vaccine had bad reactions,
[01:50:41.060 --> 01:50:43.060] and 20% of them had to be hospitalized.
[01:50:43.060 --> 01:50:48.060] Now, the way the RNA-DNA works in one sentence will be real simple.
[01:50:48.060 --> 01:50:53.060] It takes control of the human DNA and reprograms your DNA.
[01:50:53.060 --> 01:51:03.060] But you don't have to be a doctor or a nurse or even a medical journalist to know that when you mess with the DNA,
[01:51:03.060 --> 01:51:10.060] you're asking for things like cancer, you're asking for things like genetically-disposed diseases
[01:51:10.060 --> 01:51:14.060] that are passed on to the next generation, and so on and so forth.
[01:51:14.060 --> 01:51:20.060] It's a very dangerous area, and there's a reason why Bill Gates wants to do that,
[01:51:20.060 --> 01:51:25.060] and he's finally realizing his dream come true.
[01:51:25.060 --> 01:51:34.060] So basically, what I want to know is, I've heard that there's one approach when somebody wants to force a vaccine on you,
[01:51:34.060 --> 01:51:44.060] you say, okay, here is a pre-written affidavit, and you have to sign it, and it'll be notarized.
[01:51:44.060 --> 01:51:52.060] You have to agree that whatever harm comes to me because of this vaccine, you have to pay all my medical bills,
[01:51:52.060 --> 01:52:01.060] you have to pay all my incidentals that come up, you know, if you have to have somebody come into your house
[01:52:01.060 --> 01:52:09.060] and help you with your daily chores and so on and so forth, like a housekeeper, and you have to pay for everything.
[01:52:09.060 --> 01:52:12.060] And right away, that puts the brakes on things.
[01:52:12.060 --> 01:52:14.060] You do the same, you follow the same thing.
[01:52:14.060 --> 01:52:16.060]  It's my understanding.
[01:52:16.060 --> 01:52:22.060] I'm not into legal like you are, but it's my understanding that when they want to shoot up your children,
[01:52:22.060 --> 01:52:24.060] you do the same thing.
[01:52:24.060 --> 01:52:29.060] You go to the school superintendent and you say, well, if you're going to do this, then I'm going to do that.
[01:52:29.060 --> 01:52:33.060] You have to sign this, and you see how fast they back off.
[01:52:33.060 --> 01:52:42.060] But now, when the day comes and the day is coming, when you're going to get a scorecard and there are vaccines,
[01:52:42.060 --> 01:52:49.060] part of that RNA, DNA vaccine, there are little nanobots that come up under the skin,
[01:52:49.060 --> 01:52:54.060] and they can be seen with either an ultraviolet or an infrared light.
[01:52:54.060 --> 01:53:04.060] And that is sort of like the Mark of the Beast. That is sort of like a way of being able to monitor that you have had your vaccine.
[01:53:04.060 --> 01:53:09.060] All you got to do is shine a light on your skin, and you won't be able to go to work.
[01:53:09.060 --> 01:53:16.060] Maybe you may not be able to go to a public place, a football stadium who cares about football.
[01:53:16.060 --> 01:53:21.060] But anyway, you may not be able to gather in public places.
[01:53:21.060 --> 01:53:31.060] So this is what they have in mind, and they want to shoot up 7.5 billion people with a vaccine that's never been tried before.
[01:53:31.060 --> 01:53:34.060] So I've just presented all that information.
[01:53:34.060 --> 01:53:41.060] Now, what do you do when the day comes and they say, well, you're not going to be able to leave your house if you don't get your vaccine?
[01:53:41.060 --> 01:53:49.060] And we're going to be able to tell just by shining a light on your skin, and you're going to be able to see those little nanobots under the skin.
[01:53:49.060 --> 01:53:53.060] And they're going to tell us whether you've got a vaccine or not.
[01:53:53.060 --> 01:54:01.060] So legally, by this time, I think our legal process will have dwindled down into nothing.
[01:54:01.060 --> 01:54:11.060] But first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, and ninth amendments will have become a thing of the past, especially if Biden were to get in.
[01:54:11.060 --> 01:54:20.060] But we both know that and everybody knows that Trump really won the election probably by a huge landslide from what I can see.
[01:54:20.060 --> 01:54:22.060] So what happens when they come to your door?
[01:54:22.060 --> 01:54:27.060] What do you do, especially in light of the fact that they're going to decimate the legal system?
[01:54:27.060 --> 01:54:30.060]  They're going to decimate the Constitution?
[01:54:30.060 --> 01:54:37.060] What do you do besides, you know, start hitting them in the head with hammers?
[01:54:37.060 --> 01:54:47.060] This is when I read a couple of articles about these new vaccines, it was really scary.
[01:54:47.060 --> 01:54:49.060]  Yes, it was.
[01:54:49.060 --> 01:55:08.060] And, you know, looking at how much control they have to get this far into the election process and it being this overwhelmingly improper is also frightening.
[01:55:08.060 --> 01:55:17.060] What's also frightening is I have a brother that thinks this is the greatest thing in the world.
[01:55:17.060 --> 01:55:19.060]  What is?
[01:55:19.060 --> 01:55:29.060] Biden and all of the stuff they're doing and I'm thinking, have you not been paying attention?
[01:55:29.060 --> 01:55:32.060] How could you think this is a great thing?
[01:55:32.060 --> 01:55:45.060] He's actually proposed to eliminate the Republic by stacking the Supreme Court on the one hand and adding new states that would be primarily immigrant states
[01:55:45.060 --> 01:55:54.060] and most certainly democratic states, you make sure that the Democratic Party never loses another election, our Republic is over.
[01:55:54.060 --> 01:56:03.060] And however much a Democrat you might be, you know, I'm not particularly a Democrat, but I'm not a Republican either.
[01:56:03.060 --> 01:56:18.060] I fear the Republicans getting House Senate presidency as much as I fear the Democrats getting House Senate presidency.
[01:56:18.060 --> 01:56:23.060] Either one of those would be a horrible outcome for this country.
[01:56:23.060 --> 01:56:30.060] And I don't know, all these people, have they just not been paying attention?
[01:56:30.060 --> 01:56:37.060] It's a combination of things. I can tell you this, Randy, from my own dealings with medicine and here's how it goes.
[01:56:37.060 --> 01:56:46.060] When you drink chlorinated water, you drink water day in and day out, it has a very bad effect on the brain.
[01:56:46.060 --> 01:56:54.060] There are a couple of glands in the brain in particular that it affects and it has a tendency to lower your IQ.
[01:56:54.060 --> 01:57:07.060] You probably already know that in Germany during World War II, right before that, in the Nazi concentration Jewish camps, they passed out a lot of fluoride.
[01:57:07.060 --> 01:57:13.060] And that was to keep the prisoners docile so they wouldn't rebel.
[01:57:13.060 --> 01:57:17.060] And it's like a major tranquilizer. It also lowers IQ.
[01:57:17.060 --> 01:57:30.060] If you have two children, one that was raised on fluoride and fluoride water and fluoride gets into everything and it's in the toothpaste and you should never have fluoride toothpaste.
[01:57:30.060 --> 01:57:37.060] Say, well, I spit it out. Yeah, but it still absorbs and you still swallow it. You still manage to swallow a little bit.
[01:57:37.060 --> 01:57:43.060] And you have two children and you have them side by side and you monitor them for life.
[01:57:43.060 --> 01:57:52.060] The one who drinks the fluoride and the one who doesn't, the difference in their IQ will be somewhere between 7 and 10 points.
[01:57:52.060 --> 01:57:56.060]  And now it may...
[01:57:56.060 --> 01:58:00.060]  Okay, 50 seconds.
[01:58:00.060 --> 01:58:01.060]  I'm sorry?
[01:58:01.060 --> 01:58:03.060]  50 seconds.
[01:58:03.060 --> 01:58:10.060] Okay, so there you've got it. I've pretty well given you a pretty good picture.
[01:58:10.060 --> 01:58:15.060] Now, what we need from you is how do you handle that when they come to your door?
[01:58:15.060 --> 01:58:21.060] Like with a census and they want to ask you 90 million questions that they don't have any good to know.
[01:58:21.060 --> 01:58:24.060] So those two questions are kind of related.
[01:58:24.060 --> 01:58:29.060] I don't have time to answer, but the second part is you slam the door.
[01:58:29.060 --> 01:58:31.060]  Oh, yeah, yeah.
[01:58:31.060 --> 01:58:35.060] The others we'll have to address when we have more time. Randy Kelton.
[01:58:35.060 --> 01:58:40.060] We'll be back tomorrow night for our four hour info marathon.
[01:58:40.060 --> 01:59:06.060] Thank you all for listening and good night.
