[05:45.860 --> 05:51.220]  worked on the legislative side, on the electoral side of the issues, trying to get better people
[05:51.220 --> 05:56.620]  elected, trying to get gun bags and scoundrels fired. And so we've made a lot of progress
[05:56.620 --> 06:01.340]  there. We've gotten to the level where we can actually elect a Donald Trump as president
[06:01.340 --> 06:07.060]  and hopefully we can see a good clean out of the house this coming Tuesday. And hopefully
[06:07.060 --> 06:11.340]  we can still see a Republican majority Senate, but it sure would be good to see some incumbents
[06:11.340 --> 06:18.500]  go bye-bye on that election in both house and Senate. But anyway, one of the issues,
[06:18.500 --> 06:22.820]  the issue we've been talking about, we talked about it last Thursday, was the issue about
[06:22.820 --> 06:29.340]  this so-called mask order and some people think it's mandatory because they try to call
[06:29.340 --> 06:34.420]  it mandatory. So it's kind of a bluff. But anyway, that's where we stand. We are, Melina
[06:34.420 --> 06:38.940]  and I are looking to really take this issue on. And it looks like one of the best avenues
[06:38.940 --> 06:45.780]  to take it on is to use some of the judicial tactics that you talk about, Randy.
[06:45.780 --> 06:52.380]  You mean like beating them up a little bit? Juditially, yes, especially juditially. Right.
[06:52.380 --> 06:56.780]  The equivalent of kicking them right in the groin.
[06:56.780 --> 07:04.780]  Yeah, I have a saying. It's a, what do you do when you have your opponent on the ropes
[07:04.780 --> 07:10.940]  in the corner, he's hanging by his arms and his legs are splayed out and he's helpless.
[07:10.940 --> 07:15.620]  What do you do? Yeah, kick him in the groin, of course.

[07:18.460 --> 07:29.300]  Absolutely. So we've been discussing this and I've talked about this with Deborah on the
[07:29.300 --> 07:39.260]  air before and there's a problem here. The governor wanted to do something that he clearly
[07:39.260 --> 07:51.180]  had no power to do. He actually did it. And then Sharon Luther from Salon Alamode was arrested
[07:51.180 --> 08:02.860]  for opening her beauty salon in violation of the governor's order. And a judge told her
[08:02.860 --> 08:11.660]  that he would release her if she had just apologized to the court. Well, she didn't apologize
[08:11.660 --> 08:19.820]  to the court and he threw her in jail for contempt of court. And the lawyer got a petition
[08:19.820 --> 08:28.180]  into the chief to the supreme in the morning, right after the woman was sewn in jail. And
[08:28.180 --> 08:34.860]  right after lunch, the supreme court told that judge, you get her out of that jail by
[08:34.860 --> 08:44.220]  the end of business today. And then the governor had to retract his order. So now he can't
[08:44.220 --> 08:51.500]  order them to shut down. And when it came to masks, it was clear he could not issue
[08:51.500 --> 09:02.180]  an order enforceable against the people for masks. So he did an end run. He couldn't issue
[09:02.180 --> 09:10.740]  that order against us because that would interfere with the constitutional right. I have a right
[09:10.740 --> 09:19.380]  to freedom of movement. And I have a right to be free from unreasonable restrictions
[09:19.380 --> 09:25.460]  and consider that unreasonable. And the courts pretty well told him he couldn't do it.
[09:25.460 --> 09:28.500]  That pesky constitution keeps getting in the way.
[09:28.500 --> 09:37.340]  Yes, it does. So what he did was went to the businesses and told them that he would find
[09:37.340 --> 09:48.700]  the businesses under his licensing power. So since he couldn't deny us in our rights,
[09:48.700 --> 10:02.660]  he conscripted businesses to deny us in our rights. And I think if I robbed you, or if
[10:02.660 --> 10:12.900]  I coerced someone else to rob you, how does that lessen my culpability?
[10:12.900 --> 10:22.700]  So it's my opinion. I'm not anti-mask. I'm anti being ordered by someone who doesn't
[10:22.700 --> 10:32.860]  have the power to order me to wear a mask. And that's my issue. Robert, Richard, what's
[10:32.860 --> 10:36.340]  your position on masks?
[10:36.340 --> 10:43.500]  Well, I'm definitely ready to ditch the mask. It's just the precursor to the force vaccine
[10:43.500 --> 10:49.860]  program that the powers that we have in store for us. And it just breaks my heart to see
[10:49.860 --> 10:56.660]  basically over 90% of the people just totally willing to accept this and move forward with
[10:56.660 --> 11:01.340]  it, especially when there's more and more evidence coming out that not only are these
[11:01.340 --> 11:06.780]  masks potentially not effective, they potentially actually are more injurious than effective
[11:06.780 --> 11:07.780]  as well.
[11:07.780 --> 11:20.020]  Yes, I was reading some studies on this issue, and it's inconclusive. It's inconclusive as
[11:20.020 --> 11:28.500]  to whether or not the masks are beneficial in preventing the transmission of the COVID
[11:28.500 --> 11:40.580]  virus. It's also inconclusive as to whether or not they cause more harm than good because
[11:40.580 --> 11:49.700]  with the same logical reasoning they use to say, these masks would help prevent COVID,
[11:49.700 --> 11:58.480]  it's reasonable that you put on this mask that has tiny little holes in it and the virus
[11:58.480 --> 12:08.620]  is well collecting that mask and not pass through it. Well, maybe. But that's kind of
[12:08.620 --> 12:15.020]  like a minefield. You have mines out there, but not many. And if you know what to look
[12:15.020 --> 12:21.820]  for, you can just avoid them. The COVID virus, from what I understand, can pass through a
[12:21.820 --> 12:34.180]  95 mask 20 abreast. The age virus would pass 100 abreast. So you're forcing people to wear
[12:34.180 --> 12:43.860]  this mask that there's one chance in 20 that a virus molecule will actually get caught
[12:43.860 --> 12:52.640]  by the mask and not just pass reds through it. There is also a chance and a greater chance
[12:52.640 --> 12:59.760]  that if it does, and your breath exhausts it back out, that the sight of the mask close
[12:59.760 --> 13:09.120]  to you will be much more humid than the mask away from you. And it's very likely that the
[13:09.120 --> 13:19.800]  moist side of the mask will capture the virus. And that creates a wearable petri dish. The
[13:19.800 --> 13:29.040]  heat and moisture from your breath gives the virus a perfect place to multiply. And then
[13:29.040 --> 13:36.680]  you wind up breathing them in and out and you build up a viral load in the mask and
[13:36.680 --> 13:42.720]  wind up giving yourself COVID when you otherwise wouldn't get it. Now, these are concerns that
[13:42.720 --> 13:48.720]  I'm reading about, but the scientists are saying, these are concerns we have, but we
[13:48.720 --> 13:55.400]  don't have enough evidence to say that, yes, that will happen. Neither do we have evidence
[13:55.400 --> 14:02.320]  to say that it won't happen. Neither do we have evidence to say that it will actually
[14:02.320 --> 14:11.320]  protect you from a COVID virus. So the governor has issued these orders that you will do this
[14:11.320 --> 14:18.920]  thing, but they don't really know if doing that thing will cause more harm than good.
[14:18.920 --> 14:25.680]  So this all seems arbitrary and capricious. How do you feel about that, Richard?
[14:25.680 --> 14:32.440]  Well, I'd just like to add to your points there that basically, I'm not a health professional,
[14:32.440 --> 14:39.920]  but I can read and study these issues. And it seems to me like when these masks in 95s,
[14:39.920 --> 14:46.640]  et cetera, are used in the health field and hospitals and ERs, et cetera, that the protocols
[14:46.640 --> 14:52.600]  and diligence in the use of the mask is way far above what we're having the general population
[14:52.600 --> 14:59.280]  follow. Basically, you would have to have maybe a eight hour days worth of study in
[14:59.280 --> 15:04.120]  proper use of masking and how frequently you need to change them. And the handling and
[15:04.120 --> 15:10.320]  all the details, there's probably a thousand details to wearing masks and using masks and
[15:10.320 --> 15:15.560]  the proper protocols to them that the general population is absolutely not using.
[15:15.560 --> 15:22.280]  Yeah, we don't know how. We don't know what the problems are. One of the things they discussed
[15:22.280 --> 15:31.000]  is that when you breathe into the mask, when you exhale, that air from your exhale will
[15:31.000 --> 15:36.480]  bounce off the mask and blow up into your eyes and it tickles and irritates the eyes
[15:36.480 --> 15:43.480]  and tends to cause the mask hour to touch their eyes. And this is an extremely negative
[15:43.480 --> 15:51.560]  outcome of the masks because it was more likely you will contact surfaces that are contaminated
[15:51.560 --> 15:58.880]  than you are likely to get it out of the air. And because you're wearing this mask and they
[15:58.880 --> 16:08.640]  commented on the tendency of people to touch their mask, who here's worn a mask and not
[16:08.640 --> 16:10.840]  touched it constantly?
[16:10.840 --> 16:18.480]  No, absolutely, Randy. And that's in particular, especially when people are having to talk
[16:18.480 --> 16:25.280]  with the mask on. I've not been able to talk with my mask on and not have to constantly
[16:25.280 --> 16:30.720]  be readjusting it because it's sliding off my nose or sliding off my chin or it's just
[16:30.720 --> 16:36.880]  otherwise moving from the proper position and it's moving to an improper position.

[25:00.080 --> 25:09.080]  What are the steps we need to do to establish that the store has violated our rights and the business or the agency or whatever it is,

[25:11.080 --> 25:18.080]  How do we establish that and then where do we go from there to, like, kick them in the groin, like you said?
[25:18.080 --> 25:26.080]  We have these companies that are weighing difficult issues.
[25:26.080 --> 25:41.080]  Do they avoid upsetting the public and not require the mask or in which case they risk having the licensing agency come after them?
[25:41.080 --> 25:47.080]  Or do they require the mask and don't have to worry about the licensing agency?
[25:47.080 --> 25:51.080]  And what's the downside to that?
[25:51.080 --> 25:56.080]  People get a little annoyed at you but they'll get over it.
[25:56.080 --> 26:10.080]  We need some consequences and that's why I wanted to bring you guys on because Richard and Molina are shaping up to be the source of consequences.

[26:26.080 --> 26:42.080]  So what we're looking to do is take these issues where Richard and Molina have went around without masks and had these people raise all kinds of issues,

[26:49.080 --> 27:08.080]  And let's look at the circumstances. You know, in looking at all of the videos you sent, in every case, almost exactly the same things happened every single time.

[27:09.080 --> 27:20.080]  It will not be hard to build a set of a questionnaire to elicit what occurred. Listen, there are not that many variables.
[27:20.080 --> 27:25.080]  And then we build a set of arguments for each of those variables.
[27:25.080 --> 27:35.080]  A person has had difficulty with the mask issue and they go online, they fill out the questionnaire.
[27:35.080 --> 27:41.080]  Collects the information and spits out a lawsuit.
[27:41.080 --> 27:44.080]  All you got to do is sign it and send it.
[27:44.080 --> 27:55.080]  And we explain how we do this, you know, people say, yeah, but lawsuits are costly and time consuming and difficult.
[27:55.080 --> 27:58.080]  Well, this one's not.
[27:58.080 --> 28:01.080]  This one's pretty straightforward.
[28:01.080 --> 28:10.080]  And it's costing the company more than it's costing you because they have to hire lawyers.
[28:10.080 --> 28:18.080]  But it's worse than that because we know how to beat up lawyers.
[28:18.080 --> 28:28.080]  First time the lawyer files a response to your original pleading, the first thing you do is bark grievance.
[28:28.080 --> 28:34.080]  And we talked about yesterday I was arrested this week and spent a night in jail.
[28:34.080 --> 28:38.080]  And Brett went after them with information requests.
[28:38.080 --> 28:42.080]  He's already bargained for one of their lawyers.
[28:42.080 --> 28:46.080]  But Brett was at first or second day.
[28:46.080 --> 28:54.080]  Yeah, day one, he stepped in and he tried to interject himself in the middle of the conversation that he didn't belong in.
[28:54.080 --> 29:01.080]  He's trying to shunt me off to not get to the records I'm asking for.
[29:01.080 --> 29:07.080]  And he's given me all this unsolicited legal advice and it's even wrong.
[29:07.080 --> 29:12.080]  So I had to tell him, hey, I didn't hire you.
[29:12.080 --> 29:20.080]  But before I hit reply, I went ahead and left the Chief Disciplinary Counsel know that he's involved in some baritury.
[29:20.080 --> 29:23.080]  That's a felony.
[29:23.080 --> 29:34.080]  This works. So we will use this issue to teach people how to be the pro se from hell.

[34:42.080 --> 34:48.080]  No sexual distancing and it just got to the point of absurd.
[34:48.080 --> 34:57.580]  But like my bastion of freedom was always found at Costco and I was always treated respectfully
[34:57.580 --> 35:01.200]  and honorably when I claimed a medical exemption.
[35:01.200 --> 35:08.440]  What they do at Costco when you go in, because I know we were talking about that you said
[35:08.440 --> 35:13.640]  businesses are afraid of being taken on by the governor because of the mandate, but the
[35:13.640 --> 35:16.080]  mandate has an exception for medical exemption.
[35:16.080 --> 35:20.880]  So, as soon as I walk into Costco without a mask, the person at the door checks your
[35:20.880 --> 35:23.120]  card, says, do you have a mask?
[35:23.120 --> 35:25.080]  And I say, I have a medical exemption.
[35:25.080 --> 35:31.880]  They go on their little radio and they tell everybody in the store, shopper with medical
[35:31.880 --> 35:33.520]  issue, no mask.
[35:33.520 --> 35:37.080]  They report, I think, at number one, that covers their butt, right?
[35:37.080 --> 35:41.160]  So, they've checked with you, you're claiming medical exemption, that fits in alignment
[35:41.160 --> 35:43.040]  with what the governor says.
[35:43.040 --> 35:49.400]  Number two, nobody else in the store will come up to you once you've made it past because
[35:49.400 --> 35:51.720]  they all know that you're in there with an exemption.

[35:52.920 --> 35:57.640]  So, you are never bothered by anybody else in the store once you go into Costco.

[36:42.240 --> 36:47.320]  Well, we overcome it by making a threat even more serious.

[38:33.600 --> 38:42.920]  the names of the potential parties, the potential jurisdiction that you'll be in and then a

[38:51.840 --> 39:00.040]  they send it to is going to look at it and say, this looks just like a lawsuit.

[39:03.200 --> 39:08.840]  They are going to file a lawsuit because they already got it written.
[39:08.840 --> 39:14.960]  So once they've been hammered a time or two, what the lawyer is going to say, the best

[49:35.600 --> 49:41.520]  hammering my lawyers. They're going to put me out of business. You've got to do something.

[49:50.000 --> 49:57.200]  mises, mouses. So we have to give them a reason. We have to give them plausible inability. Okay,

[50:34.800 --> 50:40.720]  it's just saying you're violating. So what I do is, and you said we're going to be stores and
[50:40.720 --> 50:48.160]  to try and do this, I've only gone to one store to try and do it and it was because they had
[50:48.160 --> 50:53.360]  violated our rights the day before and they were so bold and disgusting in it that we went back
[50:53.360 --> 50:59.840]  the next day to get on video. But all these stores, like I said, I was honestly going in for tomatoes
[50:59.840 --> 51:05.680]  or shopping or whatever I needed. I was really just going in to shop and my argument was a heartfelt
[51:05.680 --> 51:13.280]  one. At first, when this first started happening to me back in April, when I first started standing
[51:13.280 --> 51:20.560]  up for myself with a no mask in Hawaii, they were so bold and they were so ugly and I got
[51:20.560 --> 51:27.280]  a few of them on video and it all happened when all I would do is I would just go, I would shop
[51:27.280 --> 51:33.920]  that they wouldn't honor my ADA claim. I was shocked that when I went in and they said,
[51:33.920 --> 51:38.000]  because I saw it on the governor's own website, it said there's an accommodation for people with
[51:40.320 --> 51:45.840]  medical issues. So I'd go into these stores, they'd say you need a mask and it was usually
[51:45.840 --> 51:51.040]  after I'd finished shopping. So I'm done shopping, I'm asked to check out counter and that's when
[51:51.040 --> 51:57.200]  the mask Nazi comes up and says, you need to put on a mask or leave the store. And I think, well,
[51:57.200 --> 52:01.360]  I'm leaving the store, I'm just checking out. So let me pay for my items and I'll be gone.
[52:01.360 --> 52:06.240]  And they said, no, leave your items, leave the store right now. Like, what sense does that make
[52:06.240 --> 52:12.880]  this person in my personal space arguing with me? And all it takes to upset them really is saying,
[52:12.880 --> 52:18.160]  you're in violation of my America's Disability Act, right? I'm claiming a medical exemption
[52:18.160 --> 52:23.840]  for the mask. If you go on the governor's own website, it states that there is accommodation
[52:23.840 --> 52:28.640]  for people. Well, our accommodation is you use shop, you know, whatever that other,
[52:28.640 --> 52:33.680]  where they deliver your food or whatever. Well, that's not reasonable accommodation
[52:33.680 --> 52:37.920]  with equal access. That's not. And that's what you're supposed to provide me. If I was in a
[52:37.920 --> 52:42.720]  wheelchair, you'd have to build a ramp for me and make a bathroom for me. And it's the same thing.
[52:42.720 --> 52:47.040]  And they don't like it when you go back and forth. But the three things that I've heard,
[52:47.040 --> 52:52.800]  and you correct me if I'm wrong, that should be, so what I would say is, let me, is it okay if I
[52:52.800 --> 53:00.080]  get out my phone to document this violation of my right? I always say that. And I don't believe
[53:00.080 --> 53:08.080]  you need permission to film, but nobody ever says no. So I get out my camera, my phone, and I just
[53:08.080 --> 53:12.880]  say, I'm going to document this violation of my America's Disability Act, right? Here I am at the
[53:13.440 --> 53:20.640]  Browth Store, you know, in San Antonio. And I'm just with the manager here. And I get their name tag
[53:20.640 --> 53:26.320]  on camera. And I just say, I'm claiming my medical attention against the math mandate.
[53:27.280 --> 53:33.520]  And this person is denying me access, equal access to the store for reasonable accommodation.
[53:33.520 --> 53:38.480]  And they say, well, we said you could shop from outside. You go outside. No, it was 100 degrees
[53:38.480 --> 53:43.520]  outside. I'm not going to stand outside. That's not equal access. I want to see the store shelf.
[53:43.520 --> 53:51.360]  Even at the Browth video, I said, why don't you provide security to go around the six feet bubble
[53:51.360 --> 53:57.760]  around me and let me shop? I really only need a few things. I'm offering them suggestions for how
[53:57.760 --> 54:02.800]  to accommodate me, reasonably, because a lot of these accommodations that other, other
[54:03.600 --> 54:09.600]  disabilities, you know, people with disabilities, require, are not reasonable in our thinking,
[54:09.600 --> 54:15.760]  right? It's like a mirror is too high where somebody in a wheelchair can't see themselves
[54:15.760 --> 54:20.800]  so they sue the store for, you know, $500,000. That's not what we're doing. We're doing something
[54:20.800 --> 54:25.440]  actually reasonable. This is reasonable. I just want to shop. Like, help me just get a few things
[54:25.440 --> 54:31.840]  from your store. So this is what I've documented on camera every single time. So I go through
[54:32.400 --> 54:37.280]  that process of just saying, I'm going to document this violation of my rights. So stay where I am.
[54:37.280 --> 54:42.880]  I get the person that's talking to me. I always ask for a manager. And usually the manager comes up

[01:49:09.200 --> 01:49:14.840]  he has to be real careful how he deals with you because if he does anything that doesn't
[01:49:14.840 --> 01:49:24.680]  look good, it comes up retaliation. 3606 penal code. So, it puts him on the dime. I especially
[01:49:24.680 --> 01:49:31.480]  like to call the police on the police. That's generally what I go after. But if you're in
[01:49:31.480 --> 01:49:41.560]  a motel and you call 9-11 on one of their employees, there's a very good chance that
[01:49:41.560 --> 01:49:49.600]  employee will stop being an employee very quickly because the higher-ups are not going
[01:49:49.600 --> 01:49:57.440]  to care why this happened. They're going to tell their employees, you don't put one of
[01:49:57.440 --> 01:50:04.560]  my guests in a position to where they have to call 9-11 on you. And the person's going
[01:50:04.560 --> 01:50:18.200]  to say, well, it didn't have to call 9-11. They did. Richard, at this point, how hard
[01:50:18.200 --> 01:50:26.320]  would it be for you to call 9-11? Well, I think I'd be prepared basically to do it

[01:53:21.160 --> 01:53:27.200]  there to take care of. Sorry, it changes his perspective considerably. I have had a couple
[01:53:27.200 --> 01:53:33.480]  try to get aggressive with me, but they were very careful. When I backed them down, they
[01:53:33.480 --> 01:53:39.920]  backed up very quickly. The policeman will do everything he can to resolve this situation
[01:53:39.920 --> 01:53:47.640]  because you've got him in a spot. Let him fix it. Once you've called 9-1-1, you're

[01:54:16.480 --> 01:54:25.280]  like her charged with stalking and potentially practicing medicine without a license, etc.
