[00:00.000 --> 00:06.800] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown.
[00:06.800 --> 00:13.440] Markets for Monday the 22nd of July 2019 open with Precious Metals, Gold $1,429.00, Silver
[00:13.440 --> 00:24.200] $16.45.00, Copper $2.75.00, Oil, Texas Crew $55.63.00, Brent Crew $62.47.00, and Cryptos
[00:24.200 --> 00:34.800] and Order of Market Cap, Bitcoin Core $10,566.52, Ethereum $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Light
[00:34.800 --> 00:42.560] Coin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10 a crypto coin.
[00:42.560 --> 00:52.480] In history, the year 1916, the preparedness day bombing, a time suitcase bomb, was detonated
[00:52.480 --> 00:57.800] on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedance Day Parade, killing
[00:57.800 --> 01:04.800] 10 and injuring 40 today in history.
[01:04.800 --> 01:09.480] In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325, legalizing heaven to
[01:09.480 --> 01:14.200] tax his law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin,
[01:14.200 --> 01:18.120] and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file
[01:18.120 --> 01:22.360] new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory
[01:22.360 --> 01:24.800] equipment to test the year for THC.
[01:24.800 --> 01:28.480] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that
[01:28.480 --> 01:33.120] she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the
[01:33.120 --> 01:34.120] law.
[01:34.120 --> 01:37.640] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter
[01:37.640 --> 01:42.160] that county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized
[01:42.160 --> 01:48.280] in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as
[01:48.280 --> 01:54.560] well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Cayma Esparza, a Democrat
[01:54.560 --> 01:59.040] who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the
[01:59.040 --> 02:01.720] prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso.
[02:01.720 --> 02:06.800] However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender
[02:06.800 --> 02:10.800] in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes
[02:10.800 --> 02:13.520] something illegal based on its chemical makeup.
[02:13.520 --> 02:17.440] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're
[02:17.440 --> 02:22.640] charged with.
[02:22.640 --> 02:27.280] A paper by Tulane University identified a five-and-a-half-inch American pocket shark
[02:27.280 --> 02:32.400] as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket
[02:32.400 --> 02:38.080] shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East
[02:38.080 --> 02:39.080] Pacific Ocean.
[02:39.080 --> 02:43.840] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near
[02:43.840 --> 02:50.120] its front fins for the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the
[02:50.120 --> 03:19.460] glow.
[03:20.120 --> 03:27.120] Came in the box just like they say I accepted it for fire right away
[03:27.120 --> 03:34.120] It's not too late or not later We are originators
[03:34.120 --> 03:39.120] And the pathway seems to get straighter every day
[03:39.120 --> 03:46.120] And I can't take anything that belongs to me and put it too good to use
[03:46.120 --> 03:54.120] I know what I was good for the gander, don't know where put it through
[03:54.120 --> 04:01.120] I know some art and tech, I know some engineer
[04:01.120 --> 04:05.120] They see me every day
[04:05.120 --> 04:12.120] We're back, the rule of law, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Deborah Stevens, Friday, May 22nd, 2020
[04:12.120 --> 04:17.120] We're fixing to go back to our call as Terrence is on the line, he's the one that started bringing all this up
[04:17.120 --> 04:25.120] But just to answer a little bit more about in the government code we found about where the curfew is
[04:25.120 --> 04:34.120] Specifically the governor is authorized to do that under chapter 333 of the Texas government code 333.002
[04:34.120 --> 04:41.120] Brett brought out that the governor can only declare a state of emergency for 72 hours
[04:41.120 --> 04:47.120] And that he has to renew that every 72 hours, which he has not here in Texas
[04:47.120 --> 04:57.120] And I also found where the county judges and the mayors derive their authority from concerning the stay home orders
[04:57.120 --> 05:03.120] And this is in government code chapter 418
[05:03.120 --> 05:14.120] And it says chapter 418.108, paragraph G, county judge or mayor of a municipality may control ingress to
[05:14.120 --> 05:20.120] And egress from a disaster area under the jurisdiction and authority of the county judge or mayor
[05:20.120 --> 05:25.120] That's what I was talking about earlier, preventing people from coming in or leaving a county
[05:25.120 --> 05:33.120] And it says and control the movement of persons and the occupancy of premises in that area
[05:33.120 --> 05:41.120] So that little phrase right there, controlling the movement of persons, that's where they're deriving their authority for the stay home orders
[05:41.120 --> 05:50.120] Controlling movement, they're interpreting that as curfews in the example of when these hurricanes hit these coastal areas
[05:50.120 --> 05:58.120] Or the stay home orders, and I agree this is potentially a stretch
[05:58.120 --> 06:05.120] But this is all I can find right now, but there may be more, but this is all I can find right now
[06:05.120 --> 06:15.120] And see again, if this is the phrase of the section of government code where they're getting the stay home orders from
[06:15.120 --> 06:20.120] And indeed, if it is a stretch, I mean, honestly, I don't know how else it can be interpreted
[06:20.120 --> 06:28.120] What does control of movement of persons mean, if it doesn't mean you have to stay home or you can only go out at certain times of the day or not
[06:28.120 --> 06:29.120] No, no way
[06:29.120 --> 06:39.120] What that says to me is they can control the movement of persons, that could be, if there's something, the capital building is fixing to fall over
[06:39.120 --> 06:44.120] Because there was a tornado came through, they can route people around the blocks to the north
[06:44.120 --> 06:45.120] I get it, perfect, yeah
[06:45.120 --> 06:47.120] Can you go that way, don't go this way
[06:47.120 --> 06:48.120] Yeah, sure, that's understandable
[06:48.120 --> 06:55.120] Occupancy of premises is not me at my house, I am not an occupant of premises, not even me
[06:55.120 --> 07:04.120] Well, it doesn't, the control of movement of persons is not directly tied to the occupancy of premises, that's like a separate authority
[07:04.120 --> 07:14.120] But indeed, this, if, I'm just saying, if this is where they derive the stay home orders from, I agree, this is kind of iffy and pushing the envelope
[07:14.120 --> 07:24.120] And I think, if indeed that's where they're getting this from, that's probably why they haven't ever made it enforceable
[07:24.120 --> 07:34.120] Okay, see the county here in Travis County, Eckhart and Mayor Adler have said from the beginning, they want people to voluntarily comply
[07:34.120 --> 07:44.120] They have never, the sheriff's deputies and the municipal police here in Austin have not been pulling people over
[07:44.120 --> 07:52.120] Wondering where you're going, show me your grocery store receipt, did you really just come back from the grocery store and things like that, are you really going to work?
[07:52.120 --> 07:57.120] That has not been happening, not here, okay, not in Travis County, I don't know
[07:57.120 --> 07:59.120] Let me make a comment
[07:59.120 --> 08:08.120] Okay, so again, it looks like we're talking about the Panopticon, they're probably pushing the envelope on their authority there and asking people to willingly comply
[08:08.120 --> 08:13.120] And they are, so it's all, again, a ruse
[08:13.120 --> 08:14.120] Okay, go ahead, Randy
[08:14.120 --> 08:27.120] And I have gotten a considerable amount of comments on how the police are as PO'd about this as the public is
[08:27.120 --> 08:40.120] And it's clear that the police are not happy with these draconian rules that they're pushing and even the police are pushing back from them
[08:40.120 --> 08:47.120] They are, and in New York City, I just saw last week an article, they have several police unions there, okay
[08:47.120 --> 09:02.120] And the president of one of their police unions came out and made a statement and said we have got to stop being pressured to enforce social distancing in New York City
[09:02.120 --> 09:13.120] Because all they're doing is going around trying to keep people six feet apart from each other and they're saying that the city is literally about to go down in flames
[09:13.120 --> 09:27.120] The entire city of New York City, he said there's the crime, the murder, the muggings, he said the entire city is literally falling apart and degrading into like total violent chaos
[09:27.120 --> 09:38.120] Because everyone knows, the criminals know that the cops are not going to be, you know, taking care of business that they should be taking care of
[09:38.120 --> 09:45.120] Like making sure that people, you know, answering calls when people are getting shot or mugged or robbed or whatever else
[09:45.120 --> 09:49.120] He said the subways are like a war zone, okay
[09:49.120 --> 10:02.120] And he said if they don't stop being pressured to enforce this stupid social distancing in mass, he said the whole city is just going to absolutely degrade into complete and total violent chaos
[10:02.120 --> 10:09.120] Like, it's outrageous, it's like a war zone over there, okay, it's like a third world country because of stupid social distancing
[10:09.120 --> 10:25.120] Alright, so yeah, the cops are not taking it anymore and I remember in Houston, the head of the police union in Houston, several weeks ago came out and said they were not going to enforce their county judges order
[10:25.120 --> 10:30.120] Concerning wearing masks in public and all these social distancing too, I mean the cops are just not doing it
[10:30.120 --> 10:41.120] And now you've even got in California sanctuary counties that they're calling them where the sheriffs are like, we're not going to enforce these business closures
[10:41.120 --> 10:47.120] We're not going to turn business owners into criminals and throw them in jail, okay, we're just not going to do it
[10:47.120 --> 10:55.120] And so yeah, in many areas, local law enforcement is pushing back and with good reason
[10:55.120 --> 11:01.120] So it's a good sign, everybody should pay attention to that
[11:01.120 --> 11:04.120] All of the policemen are not Jack Brutithucks
[11:04.120 --> 11:11.120] Yeah, so we got Terrence on the line who started bringing up all this, so Terrence, are we answering some of your questions here?
[11:11.120 --> 11:15.120] I don't know about Florida law, but we've gone over what's going on here in Texas
[11:15.120 --> 11:19.120] Yeah, Terrence, you got this started, now you need to fix it
[11:19.120 --> 11:25.120] And by the way, Randy did save Deborah from falling off the cliff, so that was a good one
[11:25.120 --> 11:31.120] Oh no, he didn't save me from falling off the cliff, I have the clock right here in front of me, I have like three clocks in front of me actually
[11:31.120 --> 11:34.120] Oh, and Terrence, I figured out what the problem was
[11:34.120 --> 11:38.120] My headset was too loud
[11:38.120 --> 11:44.120] His headphones were too loud apparently and it was causing a problem with his sky
[11:44.120 --> 11:51.120] When you speak, it comes into my speakers in my ear and leaks out back into the mic
[11:51.120 --> 11:54.120] And because of that, the suppressor shuts you down
[11:54.120 --> 12:00.120] Yeah, but that's a Skype software thing, that has nothing to do with my equipment
[12:00.120 --> 12:07.120] Okay, I want to make a couple of quick points, when Deborah mentioned that the county judge can do things
[12:07.120 --> 12:17.120] Well, if there's a train derailment, sure, but he's specific and local and has facts and evidence to support his action
[12:17.120 --> 12:27.120] They just can't take it on a hypothesis of the Corona, the common cold, which are several different strands and there's no test for any specific strand
[12:27.120 --> 12:30.120] So everyone can test positive for Corona
[12:30.120 --> 12:37.120] No, what they're doing, Terrence, here in Texas, the way that it works, okay, because I know people in state government
[12:37.120 --> 12:44.120] I know people that are in the health department of state government that are higher than county health departments
[12:44.120 --> 12:54.120] And the way that it works, and I went over this a couple of months ago, the county judge appoints a public servant called the county health authority
[12:54.120 --> 13:01.120] It's an appointed position, like city council appoints a police chief, they're not an elected public servant
[13:01.120 --> 13:11.120] Just okay, like the sheriff is elected, the county judge is elected, but then the county judge appoints someone to a position called the county health authority
[13:11.120 --> 13:17.120] They have to be a doctor, they have to have a medical license, an active medical license
[13:17.120 --> 13:24.120] And the county judge goes upon the recommendations of the county health authority
[13:24.120 --> 13:34.120] And the county health authority has authority to issue these kinds of orders as well as long as it's backed up by the county judge
[13:34.120 --> 13:45.120] And so the county judge, when they issue these orders here in Texas, they're not just going off of the tabloid infotainment so-called news
[13:45.120 --> 13:51.120] Okay, they're going off of specific recommendations by the county health authority
[13:51.120 --> 14:05.120] And the way that it works is that the county health authority goes off of the numbers, the data of the testing which we all know is at best 60% accurate
[14:05.120 --> 14:13.120] Okay, they knew this from the beginning because it takes two years at least to develop an accurate test
[14:13.120 --> 14:15.120] And so-
[14:15.120 --> 14:26.120] Well, that was in Tanzania, the president of Tanzania sent off tests, tested fruit and a goat and a sheep and some other things
[14:26.120 --> 14:33.120] Yes, there was major issues there, okay, but even they were admitting from the beginning that they knew that the test-
[14:33.120 --> 14:34.120] Hold on, they knew-
[14:34.120 --> 14:36.120] It's not a problem if you're going to call it
[14:36.120 --> 14:45.120] They knew that it was a problem from the beginning about the test, but that's all they had to go on because it takes two years to develop a test
[14:45.120 --> 14:48.120] Okay, so that's issues there
[14:48.120 --> 15:02.120] Now the thing about where the county health authority gets their recommendations from, they go off of official reporting of data and the other key is the CDC
[15:02.120 --> 15:05.120] Okay, that's where the rub lies
[15:05.120 --> 15:20.120] That's the source of the big problem is the CDC because if the county health authority does not go along with the recommendations of the CDC
[15:20.120 --> 15:26.120] Not only will they lose their medical license, they can be prosecuted at the federal level
[15:26.120 --> 15:35.120] Okay, so again, it's more almost quasi-Panopticon business that the county health authorities have to tell-
[15:35.120 --> 15:42.120] I'm hearing a lot of background noise, like a big fan just came on or something, Randy or somebody
[15:42.120 --> 15:44.120] Yeah, I just turned my mic up, I don't know what-
[15:44.120 --> 15:54.120] Okay, all right, well anyways, the point I'm trying to make about the CDC is that it's more quasi-totalized business where the county health authorities
[15:54.120 --> 16:00.120] and the county judges are not exactly as autonomous as we would like them to be
[16:00.120 --> 16:10.120] They're not as autonomous as they should be under state government code because of the whole licensing scheme, the way it works with the medical board
[16:10.120 --> 16:20.120] And if you don't play along with what CDC is saying, then you can get in major, major trouble, not only lose your license but possibly even go to jail
[16:20.120 --> 16:26.120] for recommending something against the CDC, and so that's why, again, it comes down to the-
[16:26.120 --> 16:32.120] That's how this bureaucracy gets its tentacles into the local level
[16:32.120 --> 16:45.120] And Trump already put the kibosh on the CDC madness, he said that he was not going to implement the CDC's recommendations that every single county does this and that
[16:45.120 --> 16:52.120] he already stopped that and he's done other things to basically push the CDC off to the side, so I'm glad to see that
[16:52.120 --> 17:18.120] So hopefully that answers some of your questions, Karen, but we'll be right back, this is rule of law
[17:23.120 --> 17:29.120] How to get debt collectors out of your credit reports
[17:29.120 --> 17:34.120] How to turn the financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away
[17:34.120 --> 17:38.120] The Michael Mearris proven method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors

[18:12.120 --> 18:15.120] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place
[18:15.120 --> 18:19.120] The right to act in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law
[18:19.120 --> 18:25.120] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process

[19:24.120 --> 19:32.120] Do you know what I mean? My friend, my objection is a couple of those things that hurt me freely
[19:32.120 --> 19:37.120] Telling you probably in vain, calling his name once again
[19:37.120 --> 19:43.120] Okay, we are back. This is the Rule of Law, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, I'm Deborah Stevens
[19:43.120 --> 19:52.120] And we're talking about this whole situation and yeah, this is how it works with the county judge and the county health authorities, at least here in Texas
[19:52.120 --> 19:55.120] It's where they get their authority from. It does come from government code
[19:55.120 --> 20:04.120] The county judges have the authority to make decisions like this based on the recommendations of the county health authority
[20:04.120 --> 20:13.120] They were appointed and a lot of it comes from recommendations of the CDC, which is a major problem
[20:13.120 --> 20:24.120] Because if anybody is the bad guy, if anyone is the villain here, it's the CDC, okay? Straight up, okay?
[20:24.120 --> 20:28.120] And Fauci especially, part of that whole system, alright?
[20:28.120 --> 20:35.120] I know for a fact I have talked to state in other states and I can't reveal my sources
[20:35.120 --> 20:46.120] But in other states, I have spoken to health authorities in the state government that have told me
[20:46.120 --> 20:51.120] Once this is all over and they retire, they're going to come out and blow the whistle on the CDC
[20:51.120 --> 21:11.120] Because at the beginning, the CDC would not allow county and state health officials to test for the coronavirus unless the person met a certain requirement of a certain profile
[21:11.120 --> 21:21.120] One of the primary ones was that you were not eligible to be tested unless you had specifically been in Wuhan
[21:21.120 --> 21:30.120] Not just had a visit to China, but you could not get tested at the beginning unless you had recently been in Wuhan
[21:30.120 --> 21:44.120] I was told by a state official that there was a patient, a ground zero patient in this certain area of this certain state that I cannot say
[21:44.120 --> 21:47.120] I can get in trouble and I could get this person in trouble
[21:47.120 --> 21:54.120] But when that person came in, all the doctors, all the nurses knew immediately this person had it
[21:54.120 --> 22:03.120] Because it has very distinctive symptoms, it's not watery eyes and a runny nose and typical flu symptoms
[22:03.120 --> 22:08.120] It's a high fever, it's shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
[22:08.120 --> 22:13.120] They knew the person, a dry cough, they knew the person had it
[22:13.120 --> 22:20.120] And that person had just come from a visit from China, not necessarily Wuhan
[22:20.120 --> 22:29.120] They weren't allowed to test. The county health authority called in this person who was in the state health department
[22:29.120 --> 22:36.120] There are regional health directors that the county health authorities have to answer to
[22:36.120 --> 22:41.120] The county health authority is not just autonomous, the county health authority answers to the county judge
[22:41.120 --> 22:47.120] But the county health authority also answers to regional health directors that are appointed by the governor
[22:47.120 --> 22:56.120] And so the county health authority reported this situation to the regional health director of that region, of that state
[22:56.120 --> 23:06.120] And they contacted the CDC and the CDC would not allow them to test this ground zero patient because they hadn't been to Wuhan
[23:06.120 --> 23:12.120] Now, could they have just gone ahead and tested that person anyway? Well, sure
[23:12.120 --> 23:19.120] At the time, the CDC was handing out the tests. So number one, they couldn't get a test from the CDC
[23:19.120 --> 23:25.120] Now, were there third-party private companies in the private sector that were making tests?
[23:25.120 --> 23:33.120] Sure there were. Could they have gotten a third-party private test that didn't come through the hands of the CDC?
[23:33.120 --> 23:39.120] Could they have gotten another test kit from some third-party private sector company to test this patient?
[23:39.120 --> 23:48.120] Well, sure they could have. But the problem is, if that person had tested positive, the doctors could have treated them
[23:48.120 --> 24:04.120] But the county health authority and the state health director could not have quarantined by force that person based on the results of a third-party test from the private sector
[24:04.120 --> 24:16.120] See, they would not have been able to exercise their authority as public servants to quarantine that person and forbid them from contacting anyone else
[24:16.120 --> 24:26.120] Based on a test from a third-party private sector company that did not come from the CDC and that was totally tested against the CDC guidelines
[24:26.120 --> 24:34.120] Then those two health officials would have not only lost their medical license, they could have been prosecuted at the state and federal level
[24:34.120 --> 24:43.120] So I know for a fact that the CDC tied the hands of the county and state health departments from the very beginning
[24:43.120 --> 24:54.120] and would not allow them to test people even with the half-baked test in order to do what they should have done
[24:54.120 --> 25:07.120] which is to stop this thing from the beginning and as a result, the municipality in that area where I know for a fact where their hands were tied now is a hot spot
[25:07.120 --> 25:17.120] This whole thing was done by design on purpose for one reason because CDC is in bed with the vaccine industry
[25:17.120 --> 25:31.120] Bill Gates owns the CDC, the pharmaceutical industry owns the CDC, they have always towed the line to the pharmaceutical vaccine industry
[25:31.120 --> 25:39.120] If anyone has any questions about it, go listen to Sean Siegel's show on this network, The Vaccine MIV, An Issue of Trust, every Sunday at 2pm
[25:39.120 --> 25:48.120] There's archives for the past several years and I'm telling you the whole end game of all of this is to force everyone into taking a very dangerous vaccine
[25:48.120 --> 25:55.120] which is not even really a vaccine in the traditional sense of putting a dead virus in your body so your body can build up an antibody to it
[25:55.120 --> 26:02.120] Bill Gates has come right out on the Today Show and told everyone what this new vaccine is that he's working on that he's going to force off on everybody
[26:02.120 --> 26:09.120] Well, who made this guy king? The way that the new so-called vaccine works, it's not a real vaccine in the traditional sense
[26:09.120 --> 26:25.120] What it is, it's a messenger RNA that reprograms your DNA to produce fragments of this supposed virus inside your body by every single cell in your body
[26:25.120 --> 26:34.120] So that in the idea that your immune system is going to develop an antibody against it, in case you come into contact with the virus in the wild, you'll be immune
[26:34.120 --> 26:42.120] Well, guess what? In some of the very first clinical studies, clinical trials of this thing, the very first person who took it died
[26:42.120 --> 26:58.120] And furthermore, even Fauci has had to come out and admit that the reason they never came up with a vaccine for the original SARS, which this is SARS by the way, it just has one tiny, a few genomes that are different that have been inserted from the HIV virus
[26:58.120 --> 27:03.120] But for all practical purposes, it is absolutely identical to the original SARS virus
[27:03.120 --> 27:11.120] Well, the reason they never came up with a vaccine for the original SARS virus is because what they found is that the people who were vaccinated had the opposite effect on them
[27:11.120 --> 27:25.120] When they came in contact with the wild virus, what it did was it ravaged their bodies and caused an exponential hyperactive inflammatory immune system response and they died very quickly
[27:25.120 --> 27:36.120] So it had the opposite effect. It made people more susceptible and they would succumb and have fatal consequences for people that took the vaccine
[27:36.120 --> 27:41.120] Yes, it wasn't the virus that killed them
[27:41.120 --> 27:43.120] Yes, the inflammatory response
[27:43.120 --> 27:45.120] Their own immune response
[27:45.120 --> 27:58.120] Exactly, exactly. So the end game here is to get everyone to take the vaccine, which is probably going to have sterilization agents in it, just like what Bill Gates did to all these poor women in Africa
[27:58.120 --> 28:07.120] This man is responsible for tens of millions of deaths. He uses Asia and Africa as his testing ground and they had to kick him out of India
[28:07.120 --> 28:11.120] The Indian government had to kick him out because he was killing too many people
[28:11.120 --> 28:16.120] And now he wants to force off his messenger RNA on the rest of us. I don't think so
[28:16.120 --> 28:21.120] They're not going to be able to get away with it. They're not going to get away with it
[28:21.120 --> 28:29.120] People have criticized Trump for coming out and saying that he's going to set up the military to administer these vaccines. He's already said it's not going to be mandatory
[28:29.120 --> 28:36.120] And furthermore, I want to make a comment on this. I think it's the most brilliant move he could possibly make because it's not going to be mandatory
[28:36.120 --> 28:50.120] He's not going to go to door, door to door. People aren't going to have to take it. He's going to completely cut the deep state out of the whole scene because they want to pass another trillion dollar stimulus bill to set up their army of contact tracers
[28:50.120 --> 28:58.120] More deep state, more big government, more everybody, you know, government, breathe them down your neck and watch in your every move, okay?
[28:58.120 --> 29:06.120] And so he's saying he's keeping it in house. He's going to set up the military. He'll have the military set up all these vaccine centers, but it's not going to be mandatory
[29:06.120 --> 29:17.120] So he completely cuts the deep state and all the bureaucracy out of everything and I hope he makes it look so scary that when people, people aren't going to voluntarily line up to take this thing
[29:17.120 --> 29:28.120] He's not going to have to make anybody do anything. I think it's a brilliant move because what's going to happen is people are going to be lining up outside these vaccine centers and they're going to see all these scary looking soldiers
[29:28.120 --> 29:36.120] And I hope a lot of people go, hmm, is this really something I want to get myself into? This looks pretty scary. Yeah, didn't I hear something about vitamin C?
[29:36.120 --> 29:43.120] Didn't I hear something about vitamin D or iodine or something? Maybe I ought to go home and research a little bit. I don't know if I really want to go into this thing
[29:43.120 --> 29:51.120] Yeah, I hope he makes it look so damn scary that half the people that show up to take this thing decide to turn around and leave. I think it's a brilliant psychological move
[29:51.120 --> 29:56.120] Anyway, that's my take on this whole military vaccine thing. We'll be right back
[29:56.120 --> 30:14.120] Everyone knows that walking is great exercise, but you might not know that the way you walk could predict how long you're going to live. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back to tell you more about walking prognostication in just a moment
[30:14.120 --> 30:32.120] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.

[30:43.120 --> 30:55.120] New research shows how fast you walk could predict how long you're going to live. The Journal of the American Medical Association reports that older adults who walk one meter per second or faster live longer than expected.
[30:55.120 --> 31:07.120] In case you're wondering, one meter per second is about two and a quarter miles per hour. A senior's age, gender and walking speed were as good at predicting life expectancy as more traditional statistical measures.
[31:07.120 --> 31:21.120] Generally speaking, faster walkers live longer. Measuring walking speed is quick and inexpensive. It only takes a stopwatch, some space to walk, and a few minutes. Researchers say it could help doctors identify older patients who need special care.

[31:30.120 --> 31:38.120] I lost my son. My nephew. My uncle. My son. On September 11, 2000, most people don't know that a third tower fell on September 11.
[31:38.120 --> 31:42.120] World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper, was not hit by a plane.
[31:42.120 --> 31:52.120] I will. The official explanation is that fire brought down building 7. Over 1,200 architects and engineers have looked into the evidence and believed there is more to the story.
[31:52.120 --> 32:00.120] Bring justice to my son. My uncle. My nephew. My son. Go to building what.org. Why it fell, why it matters, and what you can do.

[33:31.120 --> 33:50.120] I Won't Let You Pull the Wolf Over My Eyes
[33:50.120 --> 34:01.120] Hi folks, we're back. This is the rule of law, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, and I'm Deborah Stevens, and we're talking about this whole myth, this vaccine myth thing, the virus myth.
[34:01.120 --> 34:09.120] The virus is real. It is a viral weapon, but it's not as deadly as everyone thought it was at the beginning.
[34:09.120 --> 34:16.120] And, you know, one of the good things about viruses that spread quickly is that they also burn out quickly.
[34:16.120 --> 34:25.120] And the other good thing about bio weapons, if there isn't any good thing about it at all, is that mother nature will not tolerate it.
[34:25.120 --> 34:44.120] Okay, it's like if anybody's ever been into like hybrid roses, for example, when I was growing up, my mom and dad, that was one of their hobbies, was growing these gorgeous roses of all different colors and designs that are not genetically engineered.
[34:44.120 --> 34:49.120] Okay, so there's a big difference between genetic engineering and hybridization.
[34:49.120 --> 34:59.120] Okay, they've done hybridizing and botany ever since the beginning of time, okay, to hybridize more nutritious strains of this and that and beautiful plants and things like that.
[34:59.120 --> 35:09.120] Okay, so if anyone knows anything about growing beautiful hybrid roses or hybrid day lilies, I was into day lilies for a while, you know, long time ago.
[35:09.120 --> 35:14.120] Day lilies are not very expensive and they're easy to care for unlike roses.
[35:14.120 --> 35:25.120] But the point I'm trying to make about things that are somewhat unnatural in the wild, in the nature, well, I shouldn't use the term mother nature, but I mean, I'm a Christian, there's only one God.
[35:25.120 --> 35:33.120] But the point being, the nature, the creation that God designed does not tolerate things like that very well.
[35:33.120 --> 35:35.120] They're too vulnerable, okay?
[35:35.120 --> 35:47.120] It's like, I can remember my parents just like constantly having to fight off the mites and the fungus and the molds and the this and that from these hybrid roses that were so gorgeous.
[35:47.120 --> 35:52.120] But then the wild roses, it's like they were hardy.
[35:52.120 --> 35:55.120] They didn't hardly need any care at all.
[35:55.120 --> 35:57.120] I mean, I've got a wild rose bush in my backyard.
[35:57.120 --> 36:00.120] I never do anything to it except I water it a little bit in the summertime.
[36:00.120 --> 36:02.120] I don't have time to take care of stuff like that anymore, all right?
[36:02.120 --> 36:05.120] But I would watch them and I'm like, man, this is a lot of work.
[36:05.120 --> 36:09.120] I mean, mulch and all this stuff to try to protect these roses.
[36:09.120 --> 36:12.120] And so the same is true of these cooked up viruses in the laboratory.
[36:12.120 --> 36:14.120] They ain't go last.
[36:14.120 --> 36:16.120] They're too vulnerable, all right?
[36:16.120 --> 36:18.120] It'll be gone before you know it.
[36:18.120 --> 36:23.120] But yeah, back to the whole vaccine thing, it's like that's the end game.
[36:23.120 --> 36:33.120] And, you know, Trump has always said, you know, things like, you know, talked about the hydroxychloroquine and said, you know, with a virus, with a vaccine, you know, you have to have all this testing.
[36:33.120 --> 36:35.120] And with the other one, you don't.
[36:35.120 --> 36:38.120] It's known what goes on with it and blah, blah, blah.
[36:38.120 --> 36:42.120] And so now it looks like he's changed course, but he really hasn't.
[36:42.120 --> 36:52.120] I mean, he kind of has to go along with the vaccine thing at least as far as the idea of it because so many people have been drinking the vaccine Kool-Aid
[36:52.120 --> 36:58.120] for so long that if Trump is too adamant against vaccines, he'll lose the election.
[36:58.120 --> 37:04.120] Okay, there's no way he'll get reelected because people have been drinking this vaccine Kool-Aid for as long as we can remember.
[37:04.120 --> 37:13.120] And anybody who's against it is a tenfold hatter and irresponsible in the mainstream, you know, info media.
[37:13.120 --> 37:18.120] Okay, and so he's having to go along with it, but he's not going to make it mandatory by any means.
[37:18.120 --> 37:28.120] And he still talks about alternative treatments. And so I love this military idea because he completely cuts all the bureaucrats out of the deal.
[37:28.120 --> 37:33.120] He cuts them completely out of the administering and all of that stuff.
[37:33.120 --> 37:35.120] He doesn't have to spend extra money on it.
[37:35.120 --> 37:42.120] He doesn't have to have another trillion dollars stimulus bill to set up this bureaucracy to administer these vaccines.
[37:42.120 --> 37:49.120] He uses the military, which is already paid for, and he gets to make it look really, really scary so that people will go,
[37:49.120 --> 37:51.120] oh, I'm not sure if I really want to do this.
[37:51.120 --> 37:56.120] And you should have seen the look on these people's faces on this media pundit.
[37:56.120 --> 38:02.120] When he was saying this, it's like this look of fear. It's like, good, you know what, you should be scared, lady.
[38:02.120 --> 38:08.120] Okay, when you walk into a place to take a vaccine, it shouldn't be like a spa.
[38:08.120 --> 38:18.120] Okay, it shouldn't be smiling faces and comfortable chairs and pretty music, elevator music playing in the background.
[38:18.120 --> 38:23.120] It's a scary thing. It can kill you. It has killed a lot of people and really damaged a lot of people.
[38:23.120 --> 38:27.120] It should look scary when you go to take a vaccine. It should make you think twice.
[38:27.120 --> 38:32.120] Okay, so anyways, I think it's absolutely a brilliant move.
[38:32.120 --> 38:38.120] Every time he does anything, it's like, at first I'm like, wait a minute, what's he doing? Has he turned on us?
[38:38.120 --> 38:45.120] And then I start thinking about it. I'm like, no, the guy, it's a brilliant move.
[38:45.120 --> 38:54.120] And then furthermore, oh my gosh, I had tears streaming down my face yesterday when I saw his latest move.
[38:54.120 --> 39:00.120] The guy trolls these people every freaking day with something new.
[39:00.120 --> 39:04.120] He comes out and talks about how he's taken hydroxychloroquine.
[39:04.120 --> 39:09.120] Oh my God, I couldn't stop laughing my, you know what, off.
[39:09.120 --> 39:14.120] I was literally laughing my butt off. I mean, I was bent over double. I was laughing so hard.
[39:14.120 --> 39:17.120] I was like, that's the guy, it's perfect.
[39:17.120 --> 39:21.120] Okay, and of course, everyone's like, oh my God, he's taking hydroxychloroquine.
[39:21.120 --> 39:26.120] What a better way to advertise. This is what you should do instead.
[39:26.120 --> 39:30.120] Oh man. Anyways, that's my take on things right now.
[39:30.120 --> 39:36.120] Randy, thoughts? I think I left them speechless.
[39:36.120 --> 39:40.120] I've been saying about Trump for a long time.
[39:40.120 --> 39:48.120] The Republicans, I mean, the Democrats have grossly underestimated him.
[39:48.120 --> 39:51.120] People have been listening to me on the show a long time.
[39:51.120 --> 39:56.120] And forever that it didn't matter if you voted for the Democrats or Republicans,
[39:56.120 --> 39:59.120] they all got the schnapps in the same trough.
[39:59.120 --> 40:04.120] I voted for Trump because he was a real jerk.
[40:04.120 --> 40:10.120] And good chance he has his snout in somebody's trough.
[40:10.120 --> 40:16.120] But it's not the trough that the Democrats and Republicans have their snout in.
[40:16.120 --> 40:20.120] It's not the deep, deep state trough. He's got his snout somewhere else.
[40:20.120 --> 40:24.120] Well, and by the way, Randy, one of his children is, Randy,
[40:24.120 --> 40:28.120] one of his children is vaccine damage too. Okay.
[40:28.120 --> 40:30.120] All right, so he knows about it.
[40:30.120 --> 40:32.120] Good to know. Yeah.
[40:32.120 --> 40:40.120] Well, California is talking about yesterday something came out about them in their schools.
[40:40.120 --> 40:43.120] They're saying not only are kids going to have to get COVID-19 vaccines,
[40:43.120 --> 40:48.120] they're going to have to catch up on any vaccines they missed.
[40:48.120 --> 40:51.120] There's going to be a big pushback against that because the
[40:51.120 --> 40:53.120] California is a mess.
[40:53.120 --> 40:58.120] The community of people nationwide, worldwide, especially in this country,
[40:58.120 --> 41:03.120] that know about vaccines is so large and it's going larger and larger.
[41:03.120 --> 41:07.120] And I'm not talking about people that necessarily listen to Alex Jones or anything like that.
[41:07.120 --> 41:14.120] They may even believe that a plane knocked down 110th story building, you know,
[41:14.120 --> 41:18.120] 20, 19 years ago. All right. You know, but I'll tell you what,
[41:18.120 --> 41:21.120] they do know about vaccines. All right.
[41:21.120 --> 41:28.120] There's a lot of people who know and they are not going to take it under any circumstances.
[41:28.120 --> 41:31.120] They're not going to put their kids through it. They're not going to do it.
[41:31.120 --> 41:35.120] They'll quit their jobs and find another place to work if it becomes mandatory at their job.
[41:35.120 --> 41:40.120] There's a lot of people that it is there is going to be zero negotiation on that deal.
[41:40.120 --> 41:46.120] This virus situation has woken up the sleeping giant.
[41:46.120 --> 41:55.120] There's not a single human being in the United States who is not acutely aware of the dangers of big government,
[41:55.120 --> 42:01.120] a big business, all these things we've been talking about all these years.
[42:01.120 --> 42:07.120] And we're trying to preach to the those who are asleep.
[42:07.120 --> 42:13.120] If you're asleep now, it's probably because you died from the Corona virus.
[42:13.120 --> 42:26.120] Everybody else is well aware of exactly the issues Alex Jones and us and all of this legal reform community has been talking about.
[42:26.120 --> 42:28.120] Beware big government.
[42:28.120 --> 42:35.120] And from my perspective, the best thing that happened is it shut down big business.
[42:35.120 --> 42:40.120] Big business thought that they had government under their thumb.
[42:40.120 --> 42:45.120] And we've always wanted to say to them, guys, you're dreaming.
[42:45.120 --> 42:52.120] Your big business government is not under your thumb no matter how big you are.
[42:52.120 --> 42:57.120] Better stop throwing pork chops to that bulldog.
[42:57.120 --> 43:02.120] Exactly because this bulldog just bit them all in the behind.
[43:02.120 --> 43:17.120] And if anything is going to help us, it's big business because big business is going to go to great lengths to ensure that the government never does this to them again.
[43:17.120 --> 43:21.120] And they got the funds to make sure it happens.
[43:21.120 --> 43:26.120] We are in our time has come.
[43:26.120 --> 43:38.120] We've spent all these years trying to convince people that government is structuring itself to take complete control of your lives.
[43:38.120 --> 43:46.120] And most people it's not they don't want to believe that even if they kind of get a notion that is true.
[43:46.120 --> 43:50.120] They I don't want to see it. I don't want to see it. I don't want to see it.
[43:50.120 --> 43:53.120] Now they can't help but see it.
[43:53.120 --> 43:58.120] This coronavirus thing was the biggest red flag ever to come in front of the public.
[43:58.120 --> 44:06.120] And now it's through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved except in the area of nutrition.
[44:06.120 --> 44:09.120] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves.
[44:09.120 --> 44:11.120] And it's time we changed all that.
[44:11.120 --> 44:17.120] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition.
[44:17.120 --> 44:25.120] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated and mutilated, young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need.
[44:25.120 --> 44:31.120] Logos Radio Network gets many requests to endorse all sorts of products, most of which we reject.
[44:31.120 --> 44:34.120] We have come to trust Jevity so much.

[46:23.120 --> 46:29.120] Always, I must be careful what I'm wishing for.
[46:29.120 --> 46:34.120] When I'm hungry, I like to know just what I'm wishing for.
[46:34.120 --> 46:40.120] I ain't asking for much, I ain't trying to be no glutton.
[46:40.120 --> 46:45.120] I'm just here making my living, pushing buttons.
[46:45.120 --> 46:52.120] I get my message that I do when I'm wanting to shout in distance.
[46:52.120 --> 46:58.120] I vote for bravery, I'm against slavery, showing resistance.
[46:58.120 --> 47:03.120] First I'm crawling, then I'm walking, then I start strutting.
[47:03.120 --> 47:15.120] I'm here with Randy Kelton and Brett Fountain, we were talking about the coronavirus hoax, which in a way it's not a total hoax.
[47:15.120 --> 47:21.120] There is a virus, it is a bioweapon, but the response that has happened because of it has been insane.
[47:21.120 --> 47:30.120] We've kind of hashed almost everything out here, but I just wanted to finish up with Terrence and then we need to move on to other issues and other callers.
[47:30.120 --> 47:36.120] So Terrence, does that answer at least some of the questions for you, at least the way things work here in Texas?
[47:36.120 --> 47:38.120] Yeah, it does.
[47:38.120 --> 47:45.120] I'd just like to close with this private for-profit corporation called the CDC's recommendations.
[47:45.120 --> 47:55.120] Not nowhere in the Constitution, but what is resulting in is pseudo-scientific Bolshevikism.
[47:55.120 --> 48:08.120] That's why I say that because these mayors and things have gotten to their head that they are master and we are slave and we would do as they say, and that's Bolshevikism to me.
[48:08.120 --> 48:10.120] Thanks for letting me in.
[48:10.120 --> 48:12.120] Yeah, of course Terrence, yes.
[48:12.120 --> 48:25.120] The little boss hogs are going off of the so-called CDC recommendations, of course, and that's why I'm glad to see that Trump is kind of pushing them off to the side.
[48:25.120 --> 48:43.120] He's already put the kibosh on one of their proposals of certain recommendations of how the nation should open up and what things should look like across the board for everyone, and he said absolutely not.
[48:43.120 --> 48:49.120] He wants to let the state and locals decide how to run things, which I'm glad he is.
[48:49.120 --> 49:03.120] Now that doesn't mean we're not going to still have to deal with what I call the local petty tyrants, itsy-bitsy, teensy, tiny, little petty tyrants, these local boss hogs.
[49:03.120 --> 49:12.120] Yes, of course, we'll still have to deal with them, but at least everything isn't going to be coming directly down from the CDC directly to us.
[49:12.120 --> 49:28.120] They'll just be wanting to follow the CDC guidelines, but Trump has already put the kibosh on their proposed guidelines for how things should look like as far as reopening, because the whole plan about making everybody take this messenger RNA,
[49:28.120 --> 49:43.120] so-called vaccine, and participating in the contact tracing app, and all of that stuff. It's like that's all coming from the CDC is going to be recommending that as the new normal.
[49:43.120 --> 49:49.120] We're in a post-coronavirus world now, just like in a post-911 world now.
[49:49.120 --> 50:00.120] It's like, yeah, I don't think so. Trump has already said there's not going to be a new normal. He came straight out and said we're not going to have a new normal.
[50:00.120 --> 50:14.120] He said we're going to go back to the way things were. He doesn't want a new normal, and so he already put the kibosh on that, but of course the bad guys are going to keep trying, and so we just have to keep pushing back.
[50:14.120 --> 50:20.120] Pain in the butt, and taking up everybody's time.
[50:20.120 --> 50:25.120] The bad guys have scratched their knuckles. The knuckles are bleeding right now.
[50:25.120 --> 50:36.120] Yeah, as Harman Taylor would say, they've got a black eye, a bloody nose, scraped up knuckles, and they lost the top button off of their favorite shirt.
[50:36.120 --> 50:37.120] The shirt.
[50:37.120 --> 50:38.120] Exactly.
[50:38.120 --> 50:40.120] The top button off their favorite shirt, yeah.
[50:40.120 --> 50:52.120] This was difficult. It was hard on everybody, but I believe at the end of the day, for us and for the people, this is the best thing that can happen.
[50:52.120 --> 51:05.120] Yeah, well, and I hope things pick back up soon because, Randy, I'm telling you, for a lot of people, it's going to be hard for a long time, particularly in the arts and entertainment.
[51:05.120 --> 51:13.120] In this state, they're allowing the bars to open again at 25% capacity, whatever that means.
[51:13.120 --> 51:24.120] They're not going to be hiring bands and musicians for quite some time, or if they do, it'll be like, well, you guys can come and play if you want for tips.
[51:24.120 --> 51:38.120] And so musicians who are full-time musicians, like my blind friend Dwayne, it's like, well, he's going to have to pay for a cab or whatever, Uber, and get himself somewhere with all of his equipment,
[51:38.120 --> 51:45.120] and work his butt off all night long and maybe go home with $15 or $20, might not even be able to pay for his ride.
[51:45.120 --> 52:00.120] Okay, there's a lot of service industry people that depend on the arts that it's going to affect for a very long time because of the panopticon, because of the fear factor.
[52:00.120 --> 52:14.120] Okay, even if Abbott says, even if all the county judges say, okay, everybody opened back up to 100% full capacity, no restrictions at all, everybody do your thing.
[52:14.120 --> 52:22.120] Businesses aren't going to just recover immediately because of all the fear-mongering in the infotainment media.
[52:22.120 --> 52:27.120] Okay, people are still going to be scared, and they're not going to want to go out.
[52:27.120 --> 52:30.120] All right, and it's like, Jerry can't work.
[52:30.120 --> 52:32.120] Okay, my husband can't work right now.
[52:32.120 --> 52:39.120] We're still under a quasi, we are still under a stay-home order.
[52:39.120 --> 52:46.120] It's not to the point that only essential, quote-unquote, businesses can open.
[52:46.120 --> 52:53.120] Some businesses are allowed to open, okay, but he's not considered one of them, and he can't call clients and stuff like that.
[52:53.120 --> 53:02.120] And it's like, we're wondering how long, I mean, even after they say all systems go, my husband could start calling clients to line up appointments again,
[53:02.120 --> 53:11.120] and half of his clients or more may tell him, no, let's wait a few months because he has to go to their house.
[53:11.120 --> 53:14.120] Okay, he's a piano tuner technician.
[53:14.120 --> 53:17.120] He has to go into people's homes.
[53:17.120 --> 53:27.120] And so as long as the fear factor and the fear-mongering is prevailing in the media, there's a lot of people that are going to be hurting financially.
[53:27.120 --> 53:33.120] Okay, and so I hope this thing passes over soon.
[53:33.120 --> 53:42.120] You know, I almost hope that they hurry up and come out with a stupid vaccine and that people either take it or refuse to take it or whatever they're going to do.
[53:42.120 --> 53:46.120] Because remember that with the bad guys, it's their problem reaction solution.
[53:46.120 --> 53:48.120] That's how they operate.
[53:48.120 --> 53:51.120] Well, we're still in the reaction phase right now.
[53:51.120 --> 53:54.120] They haven't come out with their solution yet.
[53:54.120 --> 53:56.120] They're proposed lethal solution.
[53:56.120 --> 53:57.120] I mean, I don't want people to die.
[53:57.120 --> 53:59.120] I don't want people to take the vaccine.
[53:59.120 --> 54:06.120] But I wish they would do something so that the fear-mongering dies down in the media because as long as people are drinking that Kool-Aid,
[54:06.120 --> 54:11.120] a lot of people are going to be financially hurting for a very long time.
[54:11.120 --> 54:14.120] Yes, people are going to be hurting for a while.
[54:14.120 --> 54:18.120] And it is the nature of the world we live in.
[54:18.120 --> 54:42.120] It is my opinion that this is what we needed to wake up the public in general so that they could reassert reason and good sense and fix the system or at least adjust the system.
[54:42.120 --> 54:48.120] We have all these people who were what we call the sleep.
[54:48.120 --> 54:51.120] They're not asleep anymore.
[54:51.120 --> 54:53.120] They're awake.
[54:53.120 --> 55:00.120] Now they're facing the power of the government to interfere with their lives.
[55:00.120 --> 55:06.120] And they're going to stand up and take action to limit the power of government.
[55:06.120 --> 55:13.120] This is what happened in World War I, what happened in World War II. This is our World War III.
[55:13.120 --> 55:15.120] Everybody got woke up.
[55:15.120 --> 55:22.120] Now, and from my position, big business got woke up.
[55:22.120 --> 55:26.120] Big business is in the same place we are.
[55:26.120 --> 55:28.120] They were hammered just like we were.
[55:28.120 --> 55:34.120] So while a lot of people will have difficulty,
[55:34.120 --> 55:44.120] this is a time that we get the opportunity to correct the system for our children and our grandchildren.
[55:44.120 --> 55:56.120] And it is my opinion that once you wake up the American public, and this is not just the American public, we just woke up the world.
[55:56.120 --> 56:12.120] And the world is looking around and they saw what happened in Wuhan that intrigue and internal government manipulation caused an incredible catastrophe.
[56:12.120 --> 56:15.120] They're not going with that to happen again.
[56:15.120 --> 56:17.120] That means in Italy.
[56:17.120 --> 56:27.120] In Italy, Spain, we've got the next couple of years to help all these people that are saying, what happened?
[56:27.120 --> 56:33.120] My life got pulled out from under me. How can I keep this from happening again?
[56:33.120 --> 56:38.120] Those of us doing what we've been doing.
[56:38.120 --> 56:46.120] All of that we have been doing for the last 20 years or so has prepped us for this time.
[56:46.120 --> 56:50.120] Now we have people coming to us asking us for answers.
[56:50.120 --> 57:00.120] If we can give them good viable answers, we will readjust the system for our children and our grandchildren.
[57:00.120 --> 57:06.120] Our great grandchildren have to fix it again because this is a cycle.
[57:06.120 --> 57:08.120] It just keeps cycling around and around.
[57:08.120 --> 57:10.120] It's not the end of the world.
[57:10.120 --> 57:14.120] It's just ups and downs as they come.
[57:14.120 --> 57:23.120] If we do our job right, the better we do our job, the longer our fixes will stay in effect.
[57:23.120 --> 57:40.120] And with what has just happened, I think we're in a position to take this new world order and shove them in the toilet for the next 30 to 50 years.
[57:40.120 --> 57:45.120] Best we can hope for. And that's how it should be.
[57:45.120 --> 57:50.120] Our generation, you know, my parents' generation had World War II.
[57:50.120 --> 57:55.120] That was their nemesis. That was their test.
[57:55.120 --> 58:02.120] This is ours and I'm 70. I'm at the end of my generation.
[58:02.120 --> 58:11.120] So it's our opportunity to stand up and do the right thing for the right reason and help the public that follows behind us.
[58:11.120 --> 58:16.120] It's my opinion. This is an incredible opportunity.
[58:16.120 --> 58:31.120] In my life, I've had really bad things happen to me, but at the end of the day, those bad things turned out to be incredibly valuable experiences to help me toward the future.
[58:31.120 --> 58:42.120] And this will be good for the American public. And we can look for five years of real renaissance in liberty and freedom.
[58:42.120 --> 58:50.120] That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Randy Helton, Brett Fountain, Denver Stevens with our radio. We'll be right.
[58:50.120 --> 58:54.120] Would you like to make more definite progress in your walk with God?
[58:54.120 --> 59:01.120] The Bibles for America is offering a free study Bible and a set of free Christian books that can really help.

[59:49.120 --> 59:59.120] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at www.logosradionetwork.com.
[59:59.120 --> 01:00:10.120] To follow in these flashes brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown.
[01:00:29.120 --> 01:00:46.120] Ethereum $227.26, XRP Ripple $0.33, Litecoin $100.31, and Bitcoin Cash is at $324.10, a crypto coin.
[01:00:46.120 --> 01:01:00.120] Today in history, the year 1916, the Preparedness Day Bombing, a Thai suitcase bomb, was detonated on Market Street in San Francisco during the World War I Preparedness Day Parade, killing 10 and injuring 40.
[01:01:00.120 --> 01:01:04.120] Today in history.
[01:01:04.120 --> 01:01:24.120] And recent news. Since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing Hempett attacks his law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC.
[01:01:24.120 --> 01:01:33.120] Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law.
[01:01:33.120 --> 01:01:51.120] Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well as other cities too, like the district attorney.
[01:01:51.120 --> 01:02:13.120] In El Paso, Kaima Esparza, a Democrat, who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup.
[01:02:13.120 --> 01:02:22.120] It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with.
[01:02:22.120 --> 01:02:39.120] A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark. As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean.
[01:02:39.120 --> 01:02:53.120] According to the university paper, the shark secretes a lumus fluid from a gland near its front fins for the purpose it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow.
[01:02:53.120 --> 01:03:09.120] This is Book Roadie with your lowdown for July 22, 2019.
[01:03:23.120 --> 01:03:43.120] I'll be right behind my father's house until he returns. I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone. I'll be right behind my father's house.
[01:03:43.120 --> 01:03:55.120] I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone. I'll be right behind my father's house.
[01:03:55.120 --> 01:04:06.120] I will guard these walls and fences. They come to take his place. I'll be right behind my father's house.
[01:04:06.120 --> 01:04:28.120] I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone. I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone.
[01:04:28.120 --> 01:04:39.120] I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone. I'll be right behind my father's house.
[01:04:39.120 --> 01:05:00.120] I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone. I'll be right behind my father's house.
[01:05:00.120 --> 01:05:11.120] I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone. I'll be right behind my father's house.
[01:05:11.120 --> 01:05:31.120] I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone. I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone.
[01:05:31.120 --> 01:05:53.120] I'll be right behind my father's house until he has a day with his faith that we're gone.
[01:05:53.120 --> 01:06:03.120] Okay, howdy, howdy, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, and Debra Stevens from Realville Radio, and I know we have people calling in that have issues that are unrelated to what we're talking about,
[01:06:03.120 --> 01:06:14.120] but this is really important. And if I sound like I'm waxing philosophical, then yeah, I am.
[01:06:14.120 --> 01:06:25.120] You know, I don't like to think that way, but I'm getting old. I'm 70 years old, been around a long time.
[01:06:25.120 --> 01:06:33.120] I saw a lot of good times. I saw bad times. And then I saw good times.
[01:06:33.120 --> 01:06:45.120] Life is like the changing seasons. We have good times, and then we have bad times.
[01:06:45.120 --> 01:06:51.120] Spring follows winter with regularity.
[01:06:51.120 --> 01:07:05.120] Life is about patterns, about moving from good times to bad times. We need the bad times, so we learn how to appreciate the good times.
[01:07:05.120 --> 01:07:25.120] And with what I'm seeing now, I have been concerned during the show for a long time that there are factions and undercurrents that are attempting to take control of the public in general.
[01:07:25.120 --> 01:07:38.120] Now, it's not about good guys and bad guys. It's about people who believe that they understand what is best for everyone.
[01:07:38.120 --> 01:07:46.120] The Bilderbergs, the Rothschilds, the big money guys in the deep state,
[01:07:46.120 --> 01:08:04.120] they tend to think that without their influence, the public, the general public, the rebels, would be at one another's throats like a pack of dogs.
[01:08:04.120 --> 01:08:14.120] Maybe that's true. Maybe that's not. But since I don't deal in good and evil, I have to look for other ways to understand what's going on.
[01:08:14.120 --> 01:08:38.120] We have these people that are invested with deep pockets, old money, and they feel like it is their place to focus this ignorant, uneducated rabble to keep them from slaughtering one another.
[01:08:38.120 --> 01:08:46.120] It's not like, you know, I hear all this stuff about their people trying to take over the world and all that nonsense.
[01:08:46.120 --> 01:08:51.120] It is the nature of the human animal to try to make things better.
[01:08:51.120 --> 01:09:02.120] And we have groups. We have the deep state, the big money people that think we're all a bunch of animals and they have to control us.
[01:09:02.120 --> 01:09:10.120] We have us who believe that we can understand what's going on and you'll stop interfering with us.
[01:09:10.120 --> 01:09:13.120] We can get along really well.
[01:09:13.120 --> 01:09:17.120] If I don't understand, well, tell me something that I don't know.
[01:09:17.120 --> 01:09:20.120] My mind is open to learn.
[01:09:20.120 --> 01:09:22.120] Let me give you a suggestion.
[01:09:22.120 --> 01:09:36.120] The Templars. There is the myth that the Templars found a treasure under the Temple Mount and brought it back to the New World.
[01:09:36.120 --> 01:09:43.120] Well, it is my opinion that they did not dig up a treasure under the Temple Mount.
[01:09:43.120 --> 01:09:51.120] They brought back a treasure from the Holy Land, but it wasn't something they dug up under the Temple Mount.
[01:09:51.120 --> 01:09:56.120] What they brought back was the Jewish banking system.
[01:09:56.120 --> 01:10:05.120] In the Jewish banking system, you can't sell property. You can only lease it for 99 years at the, 49 years.
[01:10:05.120 --> 01:10:12.120] At the Jubilee, everything goes back to the original owners and we start all over again.
[01:10:12.120 --> 01:10:29.120] The Templars took that banking system and brought it into the New World and they financed people to purchase property and goods.
[01:10:29.120 --> 01:10:35.120] Every 50 years, the Jubilee occurs every 49 years.
[01:10:35.120 --> 01:10:40.120] It's a Bible thing. It's not just Jewish. It's a Bible thing.
[01:10:40.120 --> 01:10:42.120] It's a Bible thing.
[01:10:42.120 --> 01:10:51.120] Every 50 years, since we have kept financial records, there has been an economic upheaval.
[01:10:51.120 --> 01:11:00.120] The Templars would finance people purchasing property and farms and businesses.
[01:11:00.120 --> 01:11:07.120] Regularly, every 50 years, they would precipitate a major economic crisis.
[01:11:07.120 --> 01:11:20.120] About the time, all these people who had bought on time through the Jewish banking system had lots of equity in their property
[01:11:20.120 --> 01:11:35.120] and were about to pay it off, they would create an economic crisis and cause them to not be able to pay their mortgages.
[01:11:35.120 --> 01:11:39.120] The Templars would repossess everything.
[01:11:39.120 --> 01:11:49.120] Why are you saying it's the Jewish banking system? Why Jewish?
[01:11:49.120 --> 01:12:00.120] The Jews figured that out. They got this down to a science and the Templars figured out what the Jews were doing and they brought it into the New World.
[01:12:00.120 --> 01:12:09.120] The Templars became the financial system for Europe.
[01:12:09.120 --> 01:12:32.120] Then, what was the king? I forget the king's name, but the Pope and the king of France, the ruling elite of France was broke so they needed a way to refinance themselves.
[01:12:32.120 --> 01:12:39.120] So they killed all the Templars and took everything they had and then they instituted the same procedures.
[01:12:39.120 --> 01:12:50.120] If you go back through economic history, every 50 years, there's been an economic upheaval like clockwork.
[01:12:50.120 --> 01:13:06.120] The 1929 economic crash was deliberate. It was created through naked shore-selling.
[01:13:06.120 --> 01:13:11.120] After the 29 crash, naked shore-shelling was forbidden.
[01:13:11.120 --> 01:13:26.120] The Glass-Steagall Act, and there's another one I can't remember is the moment, there were two particular things that were implemented and were forbidden after the 1929 crash.
[01:13:26.120 --> 01:13:40.120] In 1999, the Glass-Steagall Act was repealed and the other one was the restriction on naked shore-selling.
[01:13:40.120 --> 01:13:58.120] After 1929, it was naked shore-selling that crashed the market and it was done on purpose so that all these people that had all these mortgages lost everything and had to give it back to the original Sellers and they got to mortgage it out again.
[01:13:58.120 --> 01:14:23.120] That's 70 years. In 1999. You're saying from 29 to 99? Yeah, the last thing the legislature did before the legislature closed signed die was they repealed the Glass-Steagall Act and they repealed the restriction on naked shore-selling.
[01:14:23.120 --> 01:14:43.120] And then 2007, the Shearson Lehman. Shearson Lehman was taken out, I'm sorry, in August of 2007, the restriction on naked shore-selling was lifted.
[01:14:43.120 --> 01:14:55.120] I'm sorry, in July it was lifted. In August, Shearson Lehman was taken down by naked shore-selling. It was engineered.
[01:14:55.120 --> 01:15:08.120] It had been going on for the last, what, 1600 years? The same cycle over and over. They had this all worked out.
[01:15:08.120 --> 01:15:24.120] The problem they have now is the blockchain. The blockchain may interrupt this pattern. The bank seems to be scrambling to try to get invested in the blockchain so that they can maintain this pattern.
[01:15:24.120 --> 01:15:41.120] Shearson Lehman was in July of 2007, the restriction on naked shore-selling was lifted. In July and in August, the Shearson Lehman was taken out by naked shore-selling.
[01:15:41.120 --> 01:15:57.120] It was engineered. This is a pattern that's been going on a long time, but now with technology, there are things in place that may interrupt this pattern.
[01:15:57.120 --> 01:16:18.120] With this coronavirus right now, this is something outside of the norm. It has inadvertently woke up the world population to problems in the system.
[01:16:18.120 --> 01:16:34.120] In between these periods, in 1987, when the crash occurred, there should be 50 years before the next one.
[01:16:34.120 --> 01:16:54.120] But now we have an interrupt in between. And now we have communication so that everyone who's being affected by this can get good information on what's going on, and we may be at a point where we can interrupt the pattern.
[01:16:54.120 --> 01:17:00.120] Hang on, Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Rilva Radio, we'll be right back.

[01:18:00.120 --> 01:18:04.120] I love logos. Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends.
[01:18:04.120 --> 01:18:08.120] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back. I need my truth fix.
[01:18:08.120 --> 01:18:13.120] I'd be lost without logos, and I really want to help keep this network on the air.
[01:18:13.120 --> 01:18:20.120] I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite, and I really don't have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements.
[01:18:20.120 --> 01:18:22.120] How can I help logos?
[01:18:22.120 --> 01:18:27.120] Well, I'm glad you asked. Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help logos.

[01:18:43.120 --> 01:18:44.120] Do I pay extra?
[01:18:44.120 --> 01:18:45.120] No.
[01:18:45.120 --> 01:18:47.120] Do you have to do anything different when I order?
[01:18:47.120 --> 01:18:48.120] No.
[01:18:48.120 --> 01:18:49.120] Can I use my Amazon Prime?
[01:18:49.120 --> 01:18:50.120] No.
[01:18:50.120 --> 01:18:51.120] I mean, yes.
[01:18:51.120 --> 01:18:57.120] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money, this is perfect. Thank you so much.
[01:18:57.120 --> 01:18:58.120] We are Logos.
[01:18:58.120 --> 01:19:00.120] Happy holidays, Logos.
[01:19:00.120 --> 01:19:07.120] This is the Logos Logos Radio Network.
[01:19:30.120 --> 01:19:37.120] Thank you so much.
[01:20:00.120 --> 01:20:14.120] Okay.
[01:20:14.120 --> 01:20:15.120] We are back.
[01:20:15.120 --> 01:20:18.120] Randy Felton, Brett Fountain, Deborah Stevens, Rudeville Radio.
[01:20:18.120 --> 01:20:27.120] I know I may sound like I'm waxing philosophical, but if we're going to understand what's going
[01:20:27.120 --> 01:20:29.120] on, we need to look at history.
[01:20:29.120 --> 01:20:34.120] History tells us about the future.
[01:20:34.120 --> 01:20:38.120] There are underlying patterns that have been going on.
[01:20:38.120 --> 01:20:48.120] If you and I all get together and do our job and fix the system, our grandkids are going
[01:20:48.120 --> 01:20:51.120] to have to fix it again.
[01:20:51.120 --> 01:21:02.620] There is no pancia. There is no absolute cure. It's the nature of the human animal to stress
[01:21:02.620 --> 01:21:12.120] and to struggle and to fight and to move and to stress against each other.
[01:21:12.120 --> 01:21:20.120] If God created man, He didn't create us to live in a utopia.
[01:21:20.120 --> 01:21:25.120] If we were in a utopia, what would be the point?
[01:21:25.120 --> 01:21:30.120] We would just lay back and do nothing and we wouldn't have to.
[01:21:30.120 --> 01:21:33.120] It was intended that we have difficulty.
[01:21:33.120 --> 01:21:40.120] Only through difficulty do we grow and progress and move ahead.
[01:21:40.120 --> 01:21:55.120] For the last 2,000 or 3,000 years, we have been in a 50 to 70 year cycle.
[01:21:55.120 --> 01:22:00.120] Things go bad. The population has a lot of stress.
[01:22:00.120 --> 01:22:03.120] They fix the problems.
[01:22:03.120 --> 01:22:13.120] We go into a period of advancement and opulence and we get too opulent and too careless.
[01:22:13.120 --> 01:22:17.120] Then we crash again and we go through the cycle again.
[01:22:17.120 --> 01:22:21.120] We're at a point in the cycle.
[01:22:21.120 --> 01:22:26.120] This is not some horrible thing that's happening to us.
[01:22:26.120 --> 01:22:28.120] It's just about a cycle.
[01:22:28.120 --> 01:22:37.120] If you and I and our relatives and our neighbors, if we stand up and pay attention to what's going on
[01:22:37.120 --> 01:22:44.120] and we fix the system, the grandkids are going to have to fix it again.
[01:22:44.120 --> 01:22:49.120] It's a cycle, so we shouldn't be excited about this.
[01:22:49.120 --> 01:22:58.120] Right now I think we're at the point to where we're all on the upside of the cycle.
[01:22:58.120 --> 01:23:03.120] President Trump, I think he's a real jerk.
[01:23:03.120 --> 01:23:07.120] That's exactly why I voted for him.
[01:23:07.120 --> 01:23:10.120] That's why I voted for him again.
[01:23:10.120 --> 01:23:22.120] Because he's the gadfly to mix things up, to reassert equity and liberty to the population.
[01:23:22.120 --> 01:23:27.120] Then we've got another 30 to 50 years that it will begin.
[01:23:27.120 --> 01:23:33.120] We'll have a good period of opulence and progression.
[01:23:33.120 --> 01:23:41.120] Then those overwinding powers that accumulate authority and money
[01:23:41.120 --> 01:23:48.120] will reach a point to where the population will have to take them down again.
[01:23:48.120 --> 01:23:53.120] I used to have some tapes by a guy named Jim Rowan.
[01:23:53.120 --> 01:23:58.120] He talked about this pattern that goes on.
[01:23:58.120 --> 01:24:07.120] He said, if you took all the money and you distributed it out equally among all the people,
[01:24:07.120 --> 01:24:12.120] it would wind up in the same hands.
[01:24:12.120 --> 01:24:19.120] There are those whose only focus is gaining power.
[01:24:19.120 --> 01:24:30.120] There are others whose only focus is gaining financial money, power, influence that's brought about by money.
[01:24:30.120 --> 01:24:34.120] It's the nature of the human animal.
[01:24:34.120 --> 01:24:42.120] We get things working and get real good, and then they deteriorate and we have to fix them again.
[01:24:42.120 --> 01:24:52.120] This has gone on for as long as financial records have been kept.
[01:24:52.120 --> 01:25:01.120] So don't imagine that we can fix things and the world will move into utopia.
[01:25:01.120 --> 01:25:04.120] We're not designed for utopia.
[01:25:04.120 --> 01:25:06.120] We're designed for struggle.
[01:25:06.120 --> 01:25:08.120] We're designed for difficulty.
[01:25:08.120 --> 01:25:13.120] Only by difficulty do we grow in spirit.
[01:25:13.120 --> 01:25:18.120] So we're at one of those pivotal moments.
[01:25:18.120 --> 01:25:21.120] Frankly, I'm excited about it.
[01:25:21.120 --> 01:25:25.120] We can fix this thing. You and I.
[01:25:25.120 --> 01:25:32.120] So if you're thinking that things are horrible and life is miserable, forget that noise.
[01:25:32.120 --> 01:25:35.120] This is opportunity. We can fix this thing.
[01:25:35.120 --> 01:25:44.120] And in the next 5 to 10 years, things will adjust.
[01:25:44.120 --> 01:25:48.120] We will find a new equilibrium.
[01:25:48.120 --> 01:25:54.120] Well, then we'll go into a period of relative peace and opulence.
[01:25:54.120 --> 01:26:03.120] And then in another 25 to 30 to 50 years, we'll have to do all this again.
[01:26:03.120 --> 01:26:05.120] I don't know if this makes sense. Brett?
[01:26:05.120 --> 01:26:06.120] Yeah.
[01:26:06.120 --> 01:26:08.120] Am I making sense here?
[01:26:08.120 --> 01:26:11.120] I'm trying to get it.
[01:26:11.120 --> 01:26:14.120] Guys, this is not bad. This is not horrible.
[01:26:14.120 --> 01:26:17.120] The world's not going to end tomorrow.
[01:26:17.120 --> 01:26:21.120] I don't know if there's any, I don't know what to do with what you're saying.
[01:26:21.120 --> 01:26:24.120] I follow along with your story.
[01:26:24.120 --> 01:26:31.120] I haven't seen any of those financial records or don't really know about that.
[01:26:31.120 --> 01:26:36.120] The cycle that I see is more like a Psalm 107 cycle.
[01:26:36.120 --> 01:26:41.120] A cycle of people being oppressed until they cry out to the Lord.
[01:26:41.120 --> 01:26:47.120] And that's a cycle that I've been looking at.
[01:26:47.120 --> 01:26:56.120] That's not probably the way you're looking at things, but that's a different kind of cycle, I guess.
[01:26:56.120 --> 01:26:58.120] We always lived in these cycles.
[01:26:58.120 --> 01:27:10.120] I like the American Indians belief. They believe that everyone who exists was expressed into existence by a higher spiritual will.
[01:27:10.120 --> 01:27:16.120] And their only purpose is to grow in the spirit.
[01:27:16.120 --> 01:27:25.120] And the only way to grow in the spirit is by making spiritually powerful decisions.
[01:27:25.120 --> 01:27:32.120] The only decisions that have power in them are the difficult ones.
[01:27:32.120 --> 01:27:37.120] So they did not look at difficulty as a problem.
[01:27:37.120 --> 01:27:44.120] Rather, they looked at difficulty as an opportunity, an opportunity to grow.
[01:27:44.120 --> 01:27:55.120] In the movie industry, they show movies of Indians saying, I did this because it had power in it.
[01:27:55.120 --> 01:27:59.120] But they don't explain what that meant.
[01:27:59.120 --> 01:28:06.120] It had power in it because it was a difficult decision.
[01:28:06.120 --> 01:28:10.120] If it was a simple decision, it would have no power.
[01:28:10.120 --> 01:28:17.120] I watched a movie a while back where a guy is on probation for something, an Indian guy.
[01:28:17.120 --> 01:28:23.120] And he's going in to see his probation officer and he's late and he gets to the probation officer.
[01:28:23.120 --> 01:28:25.120] And he said, why are you late?
[01:28:25.120 --> 01:28:34.120] He said, well, a woman was on the road with a flat tire and I stopped to fix her tire.
[01:28:34.120 --> 01:28:41.120] The probation officer said, well, didn't you know that you could get in trouble for not getting here on time?
[01:28:41.120 --> 01:28:42.120] He said, yes, I did.
[01:28:42.120 --> 01:28:45.120] So then why did you help this woman?
[01:28:45.120 --> 01:28:52.120] He said, because helping this woman had power in it.
[01:28:52.120 --> 01:29:07.120] It had power in it because he was potentially subjected to great difficulty for doing this positive thing.
[01:29:07.120 --> 01:29:12.120] The more difficult the decision, the more power it had in it.
[01:29:12.120 --> 01:29:17.120] And I thought, that is a very sophisticated belief system.
[01:29:17.120 --> 01:29:20.120] And I'm going to suggest to you.
[01:29:20.120 --> 01:29:28.120] The more difficult the situation we are dealt, the more power it has in it.
[01:29:28.120 --> 01:29:29.120] I'm an old guy.
[01:29:29.120 --> 01:29:39.120] I've been around a long time and I have had really good experiences and really, really bad experiences.
[01:29:39.120 --> 01:29:46.120] And I came away with the most value from the really bad experiences.
[01:29:46.120 --> 01:29:51.120] So don't feel like we're being picked on, being given opportunity.
[01:29:51.120 --> 01:29:52.120] We're going to come back.
[01:29:52.120 --> 01:29:57.120] I'm going to go to Olivier because I definitely want to get to his issue.
[01:29:57.120 --> 01:30:01.120] We'll be right back.
[01:30:01.120 --> 01:30:05.120] A top cybersecurity expert has a warning for America.
[01:30:05.120 --> 01:30:11.120] If you build an electrical smart grid, the hackers will come and they could cause a catastrophic blackout.
[01:30:11.120 --> 01:30:15.120] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with the shocking details in a moment.
[01:30:15.120 --> 01:30:17.120] Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:17.120 --> 01:30:21.120] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:21.120 --> 01:30:26.120] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:30:26.120 --> 01:30:28.120] So protect your rights.
[01:30:28.120 --> 01:30:31.120] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[01:30:31.120 --> 01:30:34.120] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[01:30:34.120 --> 01:30:37.120] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com.
[01:30:37.120 --> 01:30:41.120] The private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing.
[01:30:41.120 --> 01:30:45.120] Start over with StartPage.
[01:30:45.120 --> 01:30:47.120] Governments love power.
[01:30:47.120 --> 01:30:52.120] So it's only natural they'd want to control the power going into your home too with a smart grid.
[01:30:52.120 --> 01:30:59.120] So they're installing a national network of smart meters to remotely monitor electric use for efficiency and avoid grid failure.
[01:30:59.120 --> 01:31:06.120] But cybersecurity expert David Chox says not so fast if we make the national power grid controllable through the web,
[01:31:06.120 --> 01:31:08.120] hackers will have a field day.
[01:31:08.120 --> 01:31:15.120] Working remotely, they could tap in and black out the entire nation, leaving us vulnerable to our enemies.
[01:31:15.120 --> 01:31:19.120] I've long opposed smart meters for privacy and health reasons.
[01:31:19.120 --> 01:31:22.120] The catastrophic failures caused by hackers?
[01:31:22.120 --> 01:31:24.120] There's nothing smart about that.
[01:31:24.120 --> 01:31:31.120] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:31:31.120 --> 01:31:37.120] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[01:31:37.120 --> 01:31:39.120] And it says that fire brought it down.
[01:31:39.120 --> 01:31:44.120] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:31:44.120 --> 01:31:47.120] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[01:31:47.120 --> 01:31:50.120] And thousands of my fellow first responders are dying.
[01:31:50.120 --> 01:31:51.120] I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:31:51.120 --> 01:31:52.120] I'm a structural engineer.
[01:31:52.120 --> 01:31:53.120] I'm a New York City correctional.
[01:31:53.120 --> 01:31:54.120] I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:31:54.120 --> 01:31:56.120] I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:31:56.120 --> 01:31:59.120] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth.
[01:31:59.120 --> 01:32:02.120] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[01:32:02.120 --> 01:32:08.120] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law Traffic Seminar. In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society.
[01:32:08.120 --> 01:32:13.120] If we, the people, are ever going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights.
[01:32:13.120 --> 01:32:18.120] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act in our own private capacity,
[01:32:18.120 --> 01:32:20.120] and most importantly, the right to due process of law.
[01:32:20.120 --> 01:32:26.120] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process.
[01:32:26.120 --> 01:32:32.120] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available
[01:32:32.120 --> 01:32:36.120] that will help you understand what due process is and how to hold courts to the rule of law.

[01:33:26.120 --> 01:33:29.120] We're going to use the guns from workers of iniquity.
[01:33:30.120 --> 01:33:35.120] The tools of massacage mobility, the failable or all eternity.
[01:33:35.120 --> 01:33:42.120] They come from natural enmity, with step-by-step roots in authenticity.
[01:33:42.120 --> 01:33:48.120] The tools of regaining dignity, rebuild the pride and the dignity.
[01:33:48.120 --> 01:33:55.120] And I say, true nature must be just decided.
[01:33:55.120 --> 01:33:57.120] Okay, we are back.
[01:33:57.120 --> 01:34:01.120] Randy Kelton, Brett Fountain, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio,
[01:34:01.120 --> 01:34:05.120] and Olivier, you have been hanging on a long time.
[01:34:05.120 --> 01:34:12.120] And I do owe you an apology because I figured out what was causing the problem.
[01:34:12.120 --> 01:34:15.120] You see, we have a suppressor on our system.
[01:34:15.120 --> 01:34:19.120] If you're talking and I'm talking at the same time,
[01:34:19.120 --> 01:34:25.120] the suppressor will push your voice below my voice.
[01:34:25.120 --> 01:34:33.120] Well, the problem was my head, my headset turned up too loud.
[01:34:33.120 --> 01:34:41.120] So when you spoke, your voice came into my headset and my headset projected it too loud
[01:34:41.120 --> 01:34:44.120] and it leaked out back into the microphone.
[01:34:44.120 --> 01:34:51.120] So the microphone thought it was me talking and it suppressed your voice underneath me.
[01:34:51.120 --> 01:34:56.120] That's why when you start talking, you sounded loud and clear.
[01:34:56.120 --> 01:35:00.120] And then after a couple of words, I couldn't hear you.
[01:35:00.120 --> 01:35:04.120] And that was my headset doing that and my apology.
[01:35:04.120 --> 01:35:08.120] I've had that happen before and I should have known what that was.
[01:35:08.120 --> 01:35:11.120] Okay, let's see if I got you.
[01:35:11.120 --> 01:35:14.120] Okay, Olivier, talk to me.
[01:35:14.120 --> 01:35:19.120] I got you up and I got my headset turned down.
[01:35:19.120 --> 01:35:24.120] Are you there?
[01:35:24.120 --> 01:35:31.120] Olivier, did you fall asleep while we were waxing philosophical?
[01:35:31.120 --> 01:35:33.120] I think I lost Olivier.
[01:35:33.120 --> 01:35:35.120] Okay.
[01:35:35.120 --> 01:35:36.120] Oh, man.
[01:35:36.120 --> 01:35:37.120] He'll call me.
[01:35:37.120 --> 01:35:39.120] I'll talk to him regularly.
[01:35:39.120 --> 01:35:47.120] I really wanted to bring him on because he's found some cases in California and Florida
[01:35:47.120 --> 01:36:04.120] that the Supreme Court cases that say that it is a constitutional violation to revoke a license
[01:36:04.120 --> 01:36:09.120] for failure to pay a civil fine.
[01:36:09.120 --> 01:36:14.120] And this is kind of a chronic tool that local jurisdictions are using.
[01:36:14.120 --> 01:36:21.120] You get a ticket, if you don't pay the bill immediately and you fight it,
[01:36:21.120 --> 01:36:28.120] then they send out notices to appear to a falsified address.
[01:36:28.120 --> 01:36:33.120] And when you fail to appear because you didn't get to notice, they use your warrant.
[01:36:33.120 --> 01:36:38.120] If you still got the warrant, then they force you to take a deal and pay the fine.
[01:36:38.120 --> 01:36:40.120] Can we try him again?
[01:36:40.120 --> 01:36:42.120] See if Olivier is...
[01:36:42.120 --> 01:36:43.120] See if we can get him...
[01:36:43.120 --> 01:36:44.120] Let's see.
[01:36:44.120 --> 01:36:45.120] Hold on.
[01:36:45.120 --> 01:36:46.120] He's not...
[01:36:46.120 --> 01:36:49.120] Okay.
[01:36:49.120 --> 01:36:51.120] No, I just lost him.
[01:36:51.120 --> 01:36:55.120] Oh, man.
[01:36:55.120 --> 01:36:57.120] Olivier...
[01:36:57.120 --> 01:36:59.120] Okay, hold on.
[01:36:59.120 --> 01:37:01.120] Let me give him a second.
[01:37:01.120 --> 01:37:04.120] Refresh the area, so okay.
[01:37:04.120 --> 01:37:09.120] Olivier, okay.
[01:37:09.120 --> 01:37:10.120] I'm looking...
[01:37:10.120 --> 01:37:11.120] Okay, gotcha.
[01:37:11.120 --> 01:37:13.120] Okay, Olivier, are you there?
[01:37:13.120 --> 01:37:14.120] Right.
[01:37:14.120 --> 01:37:16.120] Um, yeah.
[01:37:16.120 --> 01:37:19.120] Okay, I have to tell everybody about Olivier.
[01:37:19.120 --> 01:37:24.120] Olivier really got beat up in Texas.
[01:37:24.120 --> 01:37:27.120] I'm sorry, in Tennessee.
[01:37:27.120 --> 01:37:37.120] And I went to a hearing in Clarksville, Tennessee with Olivier.
[01:37:37.120 --> 01:37:40.120] And I was pretty impressed.
[01:37:40.120 --> 01:37:44.120] The guy really knew how to stand his ground.
[01:37:44.120 --> 01:37:50.120] But now he's in Florida and he's finding out that there are cases...
[01:37:50.120 --> 01:38:00.120] Now, Olivier got into difficulty because of the apparently failure to pay a fine he didn't know about.
[01:38:00.120 --> 01:38:03.120] And they revoked his license.
[01:38:03.120 --> 01:38:08.120] The problem was, he had license in another state.
[01:38:08.120 --> 01:38:13.120] Olivier was in Virginia?
[01:38:13.120 --> 01:38:16.120] So he had a license in Virginia that was valid.
[01:38:16.120 --> 01:38:25.120] But he had had a license in Georgia that was revoked for failures to pay a fine.
[01:38:25.120 --> 01:38:40.120] And Tennessee refused to acknowledge that he had a valid license in Virginia while he's driving in Tennessee because Georgia had revoked his license.
[01:38:40.120 --> 01:38:44.120] And he fought that issue and they beat him up pretty good.
[01:38:44.120 --> 01:38:51.120] But now that he's got clear of all their claims, now he can come back and fight them.
[01:38:51.120 --> 01:39:11.120] And Olivier is it two different Supreme Court rulings that say that to revoke a license for failure to pay a fine is a constitutional infringement?
[01:39:11.120 --> 01:39:13.120] Is that correct, Olivier?
[01:39:13.120 --> 01:39:14.120] Yes.
[01:39:14.120 --> 01:39:17.120] Is this then a license?
[01:39:17.120 --> 01:39:21.120] Yes.
[01:39:21.120 --> 01:39:22.120] Okay.
[01:39:22.120 --> 01:39:29.120] So that was kind of my preamble and I apologize for causing you to waste so long.
[01:39:29.120 --> 01:39:34.120] But these are historic times we're living in right now.
[01:39:34.120 --> 01:39:39.120] And if we all get things together, we can make things better for our grandchildren.
[01:39:39.120 --> 01:39:49.120] Okay, give us a brief synopsis on your current position and then bring us the question that you have.
[01:39:49.120 --> 01:39:51.120] Well, it's not the question.
[01:39:51.120 --> 01:39:56.120] It was another, it was a part of it where you was trying to figure out about the standing.
[01:39:56.120 --> 01:40:06.120] My information that I got into was a void for Vegas and the way that data could be used.
[01:40:06.120 --> 01:40:17.120] And you told me to find you the part about the standing because you was trying to figure out about having standing in front of the court.
[01:40:17.120 --> 01:40:37.120] And if anyone could bring an issue, a federal challenge to a statute, ordinance, or any rule that they are promoting that you follow.
[01:40:37.120 --> 01:40:40.120] Right, without being harmed, right.
[01:40:40.120 --> 01:40:41.120] Right, without being harmed.
[01:40:41.120 --> 01:40:49.120] And I found that part so I wanted to bring that up to your attention that you hear it.
[01:40:49.120 --> 01:40:56.120] It says although a statute may be needed, they over...
[01:40:56.120 --> 01:40:58.120] Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait.
[01:40:58.120 --> 01:41:00.120] Where are you reading from?
[01:41:00.120 --> 01:41:15.120] I'm reading from...this is a...
[01:41:15.120 --> 01:41:19.120] I think it's...
[01:41:19.120 --> 01:41:30.120] While you're looking, I'll explain why I asked that question. We can never make a proactive statement of law out of our own mouth.
[01:41:30.120 --> 01:41:35.120] We must always make a proactive statement of law out of the mouth of the courts.
[01:41:35.120 --> 01:41:48.120] So instead of saying that the law says this or the law says that, you say the court in this case said this.
[01:41:48.120 --> 01:41:55.120] So we don't make it out of our mouth if we make it out of the mouth of the court.
[01:41:55.120 --> 01:41:59.120] Okay, did you find that, Olivia?
[01:41:59.120 --> 01:42:18.120] Yeah, Don's brick versus Pittsburgh said 308 U.S. dot 479 in 1965 says that although a statute may neither be vague,
[01:42:18.120 --> 01:42:30.120] overbroad nor otherwise invalid as applied to the conduct charged against a particular defendant, he is committed to raise a vague...
[01:42:30.120 --> 01:42:37.120] To raise his vagueness or unconstitutional overbred as applied to others.
[01:42:37.120 --> 01:42:51.120] If the law is found deficient in one of these respects, it may not be applied to him either until the...
[01:42:51.120 --> 01:42:59.120] Until and unless a satisfactory limiting construction is placed on the statute.
[01:42:59.120 --> 01:43:04.120] Hmm, interesting.
[01:43:04.120 --> 01:43:07.120] Just return.
[01:43:07.120 --> 01:43:13.120] I'm trying to wrap my head around what that means.
[01:43:13.120 --> 01:43:18.120] Can you say that again?
[01:43:18.120 --> 01:43:22.120] Okay, this is all right.
[01:43:22.120 --> 01:43:24.120] Go ahead.
[01:43:24.120 --> 01:43:37.120] Although a statute may be neither vague, overbroad nor otherwise invalid as applied to the conduct charged against a particular defendant,
[01:43:37.120 --> 01:43:48.120] he is committed to raise his vagueness or unconstitutional overbred as applied to others.
[01:43:48.120 --> 01:43:55.120] And if the law is found deficient in one of these respects, it may not be applied to him either.
[01:43:55.120 --> 01:44:00.120] Unless, until and unless a satisfactory limiting construction...
[01:44:00.120 --> 01:44:06.120] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved except in the area of nutrition.
[01:44:06.120 --> 01:44:09.120] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves.
[01:44:09.120 --> 01:44:11.120] And it's time we changed all that.
[01:44:11.120 --> 01:44:17.120] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition.
[01:44:17.120 --> 01:44:22.120] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated and mutilated,
[01:44:22.120 --> 01:44:25.120] young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need.

[01:46:52.120 --> 01:47:17.120] Okay, we are back and we are talking to Olivier in Florida.
[01:47:17.120 --> 01:47:25.120] Okay, Olivier, on the break I talked to Brett about you, and I went to Clarksville.
[01:47:25.120 --> 01:47:31.120] I was in Tennessee taking care of my mom, and I was about 120 miles away,
[01:47:31.120 --> 01:47:35.120] and Olivier was having a hearing, and I went there.
[01:47:35.120 --> 01:47:44.120] And for all of those who are listening to Olivier, you have to see this guy.
[01:47:44.120 --> 01:47:49.120] He is absolutely an interesting character.
[01:47:49.120 --> 01:48:04.120] I watched him in court, and when you look at Olivier, you expect to see someone who is ignorant, angry, frustrated.
[01:48:04.120 --> 01:48:15.120] He steps up in front of the court with long dreadlocks, and he opens his mouth,
[01:48:15.120 --> 01:48:23.120] and a whole different image comes out of his mouth.
[01:48:23.120 --> 01:48:34.120] I was sitting there almost in a trance watching him work this judge and prosecutor over big time.
[01:48:34.120 --> 01:48:41.120] They are looking at the person that they have this image of who this person is,
[01:48:41.120 --> 01:48:46.120] but when this person opened their mouth, that was a whole different animal.
[01:48:46.120 --> 01:48:48.120] I was impressed.
[01:48:48.120 --> 01:48:58.120] Okay, Olivier, now we are talking about, I forgot what we were talking about.
[01:48:58.120 --> 01:49:09.120] Before you get right back into about reading that thing, could you mention again for us where that was?
[01:49:09.120 --> 01:49:16.120] I might have gotten it wrong and wrote it down wrong because I couldn't find which case that was.
[01:49:16.120 --> 01:49:31.120] Dominic versus first, P-F-I-S-T-E-R, 380 U.S. 479.
[01:49:31.120 --> 01:49:34.120] It's a Supreme Court case in 1965.
[01:49:34.120 --> 01:49:42.120] It really talks about standing and the person, the right and issues behind that.
[01:49:42.120 --> 01:49:50.120] I have several pages of different explanations.
[01:49:50.120 --> 01:49:56.120] I found one that's a little bit clear from that same bombing case.
[01:49:56.120 --> 01:50:09.120] For example, we have consistently allowed attack on overly broad statute with no requirement that the person making the attack demonstrate
[01:50:09.120 --> 01:50:24.120] that his own conduct could not be regulated by a statute drawn with the requested narrow specificity.
[01:50:24.120 --> 01:50:33.120] Then it gives the Thornhill versus Alabama 310 U.S. 88.
[01:50:33.120 --> 01:50:39.120] Okay, hold on, let me make sure I understand what you're saying here.
[01:50:39.120 --> 01:50:52.120] Generally, if I'm going to raise an issue about the unconstitutionality of a statute or a ruling, I have to have a dog in that hunt.
[01:50:52.120 --> 01:50:57.120] I have to have a demonstratable dog in that hunt.
[01:50:57.120 --> 01:51:05.120] What you're saying is that in certain conditions, you don't have to have a dog in the hunt.
[01:51:05.120 --> 01:51:07.120] Am I correct in that?
[01:51:07.120 --> 01:51:23.120] Right. If you bring it up, if you bring it up with a challenge to begging, if you're coming to the court with a vagueness challenge, that does not apply.
[01:51:23.120 --> 01:51:28.120] Okay, so let me understand what the perspective is.
[01:51:28.120 --> 01:51:32.120] I am expected to read and understand the law.
[01:51:32.120 --> 01:51:37.120] Ignuse of the law is not a defense to prosecution.
[01:51:37.120 --> 01:51:46.120] So if I, as a reasonable person of ordinary prudence, read the law,
[01:51:46.120 --> 01:51:58.120] and I am not sure how that law specifically restricts my behavior,
[01:51:58.120 --> 01:52:11.120] you're saying that I can raise an issue as to the clarity or vagueness of that law, even though I haven't been harmed by it.
[01:52:11.120 --> 01:52:18.120] That is incredible.
[01:52:18.120 --> 01:52:20.120] That's something we absolutely need.
[01:52:20.120 --> 01:52:37.120] That gives you and I the ability to go into the courts and bring them to task without them having to feed us up or knock my tooth out or break one of my collar bones or chip my elbow.
[01:52:37.120 --> 01:52:42.120] It's nice to be able to do it without all that.
[01:52:42.120 --> 01:52:44.120] Right.
[01:52:44.120 --> 01:52:49.120] And I'm realizing like we don't have to wait with this type of challenge.
[01:52:49.120 --> 01:52:53.120] You don't have to wait until they get changed to court and do all these proceedings.
[01:52:53.120 --> 01:52:56.120] You get a ticket or they take you to jail.
[01:52:56.120 --> 01:53:13.120] You bond out, you apply this reward for vagueness in the federal court and put a, I guess, extra injunction for the proceedings to not go in the first place.
[01:53:13.120 --> 01:53:24.120] Do I have to, is there any requirements for, in order for me to be able to assert standing?
[01:53:24.120 --> 01:53:43.120] Let's say a country, the government impasses this law and it can have the potential of impacting me, but it hasn't impacted me at the moment.
[01:53:43.120 --> 01:53:46.120] So I haven't been harmed by this.
[01:53:46.120 --> 01:53:50.120] You know, the UCC people say, show me the injured party.
[01:53:50.120 --> 01:53:53.120] Well, I'm not an injured party.
[01:53:53.120 --> 01:54:00.120] But I have reason to believe that I could wind up an injured party.
[01:54:00.120 --> 01:54:07.120] How do I use that concern to invoke the jurisdiction of the court?
[01:54:07.120 --> 01:54:14.120] Well, it says here, I'm looking at this Dom Browski versus Fister, the one that you're quoting there.
[01:54:14.120 --> 01:54:19.120] And there's a couple of parts in there that I think will answer that question, Randy.
[01:54:19.120 --> 01:54:23.120] It says, and this is, I'm looking at a syllabus of it.
[01:54:23.120 --> 01:54:35.120] It says, held, number one, the mere possibility of erroneous initial application of constitutional standards by a state court will not ordinarily constitute irreparable injury,
[01:54:35.120 --> 01:54:44.120] warranting federal interference with a good faith prosecution, adjudication during its course of constitutional defenses.
[01:54:44.120 --> 01:54:46.120] Not ordinarily.
[01:54:46.120 --> 01:55:03.120] Number two, but equitable relief will be granted to prevent a substantial loss or impairment of freedoms of expression resulting from prosecution under an excessively broad statute regulating the expression.
[01:55:03.120 --> 01:55:07.120] So it's preventative.
[01:55:07.120 --> 01:55:18.120] If the statute has the potential of affecting me, that I have standing to attack the statute itself.
[01:55:18.120 --> 01:55:22.120] Yes, because it's excessively broad.
[01:55:22.120 --> 01:55:26.120] Yeah, you can prevent a substantial loss.
[01:55:26.120 --> 01:55:40.120] Okay, now let's step down to Olivier. Olivier, what is the nature of the remedy you want to achieve?
[01:55:40.120 --> 01:55:59.120] The nature of the remedy that I wanted to, well, I can use it in different ways because I've already been convicted of that crime, so I can use it to turn over the conviction once I show the court that, hey, this statute is they.
[01:55:59.120 --> 01:56:06.120] You know, the terms mean different things that they're not written for a common man to understand it.
[01:56:06.120 --> 01:56:22.120] So I can use it to overturn my conviction. I can use it to include others because others are similarly situated, get the ticket and get the license.
[01:56:22.120 --> 01:56:39.120] And those are the ways that I was going to use it, but you can also, I've learned that through understanding this, you don't have to wait until you've been violated as far as I have been.
[01:56:39.120 --> 01:56:42.120] You can do it before.
[01:56:42.120 --> 01:57:01.120] Okay, that was a key issue for me, that you can preemptively challenge a statute or the application or enforcement of a statute, even though you haven't been harmed by it.
[01:57:01.120 --> 01:57:13.120] As a general rule, in order to raise a issue, you must have standing, and in order to have standing, you must be able to show harm.
[01:57:13.120 --> 01:57:26.120] But what you're talking about is something more on the order of an administrative, administrative procedures at home.
[01:57:26.120 --> 01:57:30.120] This is great, Olivier. Thanks for bringing us up. This is really great.
[01:57:30.120 --> 01:57:43.120] Yeah, I'm thinking 28.221. I keep losing words. I'm getting all these things out of it.
[01:57:43.120 --> 01:57:44.120] Declaratory judgment.
[01:57:44.120 --> 01:57:51.120] Declaratory judgment, exactly. This sounds like it goes to the declaratory judgment.
[01:57:51.120 --> 01:58:04.120] Yeah, I did see a lot of declaratory judgment in the cases that I was reading, so you're correct.
[01:58:04.120 --> 01:58:14.120] Okay, are you familiar with what a declaratory judgment is?
[01:58:14.120 --> 01:58:22.120] You're asking for a clarification on specific law or rule or...
[01:58:22.120 --> 01:58:38.120] Exactly, and the legislature passed this to give someone who had a question about the application of a statute, so he wasn't sure.
[01:58:38.120 --> 01:58:45.120] Do I have a claim against my intended defendant or do I not?
[01:58:45.120 --> 01:58:50.120] So before I engage in a protracted civil litigation...
