[01:19.000 --> 01:23.000]  since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to
[01:23.000 --> 01:24.960]  test the herb for THC.
[01:24.960 --> 01:28.600]  Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that
[01:28.600 --> 01:33.360]  she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the
[01:33.360 --> 01:34.360]  law.
[01:34.360 --> 01:37.760]  Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter
[01:37.760 --> 01:42.280]  to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized
[01:42.280 --> 01:48.440]  in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as
[01:48.440 --> 01:54.680]  well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Cayma Esparza, a Democrat
[01:54.680 --> 01:59.160]  who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the
[01:59.160 --> 02:01.960]  prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso.
[02:01.960 --> 02:06.960]  However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender
[02:06.960 --> 02:10.960]  in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes
[02:10.960 --> 02:13.680]  something illegal based on its chemical makeup.
[02:13.680 --> 02:17.560]  It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're
[02:17.560 --> 02:22.760]  charged with.
[02:22.760 --> 02:27.600]  A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark.
[02:27.600 --> 02:32.520]  As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket
[02:32.520 --> 02:38.200]  shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East

[06:08.600 --> 06:17.400]  Apparently, the first two, when they got all bar-grieved and ran off squealing, Wood County
[06:17.400 --> 06:22.640]  is not really getting the idea that maybe they should answer the records request themselves,
[06:22.640 --> 06:26.080]  and instead they've hired a third law firm.
[06:26.080 --> 06:36.840]  Well, this law firm, they've been told, I think it's been seven times, definitely six.
[06:36.840 --> 06:43.400]  I've given all of the partners, senior partners, there's 21 lawyers at this firm, and I made
[06:43.400 --> 06:51.520]  sure they all got a scathing message about how they need to rein in their colleague,
[06:51.520 --> 06:58.280]  and so it was quiet for a few days, and today, for whatever reason, this lawyer decided she
[06:58.280 --> 07:03.800]  needed to pipe up and try again, and she's trying to insist that she represents Wood
[07:03.800 --> 07:07.360]  County, and I'm saying I don't care.
[07:07.360 --> 07:13.000]  Someone hired you, go give advice to them, and I just, yeah, I'll really let them have
[07:13.000 --> 07:16.000]  it today.
[07:16.000 --> 07:21.320]  I'll send it over to you, Randy, I think you, did you think that was the biggest member?
[07:21.320 --> 07:29.360]  That was the part I was most intrigued with, is, okay, I'm reading the stuff that Scott
[07:29.360 --> 07:40.040]  is sending to these guys, and I put myself in the lawyer's shoes, what would I do if
[07:40.040 --> 07:50.840]  I get a guy like this, I just get this client, because the lawyer they had wasn't doing
[07:50.840 --> 07:59.280]  so good with this client, and I send this guy a letter, and he tells me to beat it,
[07:59.280 --> 08:06.800]  so how do I demonstrate to my client that I'm doing my job, well, how is it working
[08:06.800 --> 08:15.160]  with the client, well, he told me to beat it, and he won't talk to me, how do they explain
[08:15.160 --> 08:18.760]  that to the bosses?
[08:18.760 --> 08:19.760]  Justify their bills?
[08:19.760 --> 08:29.080]  Yeah, I'm speaking, if I'm the lawyer, I'm kind of stuck here, so that was really good,
[08:29.080 --> 08:37.480]  there was, you know, you went over some of the letters that you sent in, will you pull
[08:37.480 --> 08:44.720]  one of those out, maybe pull out the last one, so they'll get an idea of what I was
[08:44.720 --> 08:47.800]  looking at, I found it so interesting.
[08:47.800 --> 08:55.240]  I said, so this morning is about 10-something, she piped up, and I sent a note to all of
[08:55.240 --> 08:59.920]  the people there, and I said, I need one of you to take some action here, or else I will,
[08:59.920 --> 09:05.720]  you better get your little yippy-yappy under control, every single one of you provided
[09:05.720 --> 09:10.760]  you intend to follow the Texas disciplinary rules of professional conduct, and avoid committing
[09:10.760 --> 09:16.080]  serious offenses, codified the Texas penal code, you have a responsibility to correct
[09:16.080 --> 09:21.360]  your colleague and protect your law firm, by not only making every effort to rein in
[09:21.360 --> 09:27.840]  her lawless and unethical behavior, but also bringing it to the attention of the State
[09:27.840 --> 09:33.560]  Bar of Texas Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, if you all know this, or at least
[09:33.560 --> 09:40.840]  you should, even your part-time paralegals know this, more importantly, I know this.
[09:40.840 --> 09:45.080]  Because of your individual and collective apparent indifference to the law and justice
[09:45.080 --> 09:50.920]  and common sense, I tend to think that the first one of you who shows me an indication
[09:50.920 --> 09:58.120]  of your bona fide remedial effort is the only one who will remain on my good side.
[09:58.120 --> 10:03.240]  What part of cease and desist is hard for Miss O'Donohue to work comprehend?
[10:03.240 --> 10:07.040]  She has been instructed a number of times to stop harassing me.
[10:07.040 --> 10:09.840]  She's been instructed I do not recognize her.
[10:09.840 --> 10:17.760]  She's been instructed to stop advising me that her unsolicited bad advice is offensive.

[10:39.240 --> 10:44.400]  your unethical and fraudulent tactics of harassment and baritry.

[12:48.320 --> 12:53.800]  looking for his partner who used to be the district attorney and got a young kid that
[12:53.800 --> 12:56.320]  was just starting with him.
[12:56.320 --> 13:02.200]  And I set an appointment with him to show him what I needed him for and he called me
[13:02.200 --> 13:08.680]  on a Sunday afternoon to tell me he had to cancel the appointment.
[13:08.680 --> 13:13.920]  I said, wait a minute, somebody told you who I was, didn't they?
[13:13.920 --> 13:18.520]  Oh, no, I'm just just tied up and we don't handle this kind of case.
[13:18.520 --> 13:24.360]  Come on, Brock told you, not to mess with me, didn't he?
[13:24.360 --> 13:25.360]  The guy wouldn't admit it.
[13:25.360 --> 13:29.720]  Well, Brock Smith was a criminal defense lawyer at the time.

[13:32.440 --> 13:36.240]  And I asked for these records and he just refused.
[13:36.240 --> 13:43.680]  So what he did was he got the county attorney to file a request with the state attorney
[13:43.680 --> 13:49.360]  general, but he's the district judge.

[13:58.040 --> 14:06.120]  I filed an information request and he gave the information request to him.

[14:17.920 --> 14:25.360]  Well, he, the district attorney can give legal advice to the district, but not the county
[14:25.360 --> 14:29.560]  attorney, the county attorney is paid by the county and the district attorney is paid by
[14:29.560 --> 14:31.360]  the state.
[14:31.360 --> 14:43.680]  So not only is that a misappropriation of public funds, that is also a misuse of personal
[14:43.680 --> 14:49.720]  private information, private personal information.
[14:49.720 --> 14:50.720]  That's a misuse.
[14:50.720 --> 14:51.720]  Those are both crimes.
[14:51.720 --> 14:56.160]  Well, I don't know how I can get to private personal information.

[15:28.320 --> 15:33.240]  If you didn't tell them your name, you're remaining anonymous, you know, they don't like to answer

[15:38.320 --> 15:42.240]  tell them your identity, but you can remain anonymous.

[15:46.920 --> 15:49.120]  to abuse and misuse.
[15:49.120 --> 15:58.360]  So if you imagine that they might be up to such criminal tactics, why give them three

[16:01.480 --> 16:10.680]  Well, that would be an interesting call because I'm going to charge both the judge and the
[16:10.680 --> 16:12.160]  county attorney.
[16:12.160 --> 16:17.960]  I suspect that Brock Smith went to the district attorney and the district attorney told him
[16:17.960 --> 16:21.120]  to give him the records, don't mess with him.
[16:21.120 --> 16:26.720]  I'm not saying anything, so he went and got the county attorney to do it.

[16:39.360 --> 16:44.200]  impersonating that judge, because the judge is the one with the responsibility, and he's

[20:56.520 --> 21:03.800]  The coronavirus, this was an ugly virus and it's turning out to be uglier than I originally

[21:14.840 --> 21:21.920]  exponentially worse, and probably more people will die than died in the swine flu, which

[21:29.480 --> 21:35.480]  And they didn't shut the country down, but hardly remember it as a matter of fact.

[22:59.920 --> 23:06.040]  They'll go into other things that the government considers essential.

[23:08.880 --> 23:17.440]  And on the one hand, all this stuff we've been buying from China, our industry is being essentially
[23:17.440 --> 23:23.640]  compelled by circumstances to gear up to produce those items.
[23:23.640 --> 23:31.760]  And when this epidemic recedes, they're already geared for it.

[35:12.720 --> 35:19.720]  Hi, Randy. Hi, Brett. Yeah, so I went over this last night. But Randy wanted me to go
[35:19.720 --> 35:26.720]  over some of it again because I'm a little bit behind on posting the archives for obvious
[35:26.720 --> 35:34.720]  reasons, you know, having to deal with this situation. And so I'm just going to go over
[35:34.720 --> 35:44.720]  some of this again, talking about the virus and the lockdowns and stuff like that. This
[35:44.720 --> 35:54.720]  is a SARS virus. They've done the genome mapping, almost 30,000 nucleotides, and all around
[35:54.720 --> 36:01.720]  the world, different laboratories have genome sequenced this thing. And it's almost identical
[36:01.720 --> 36:13.720]  to the first SARS virus except for a few places where apparently even the lab in India straight
[36:13.720 --> 36:22.720]  up said there's no way that these certain areas could have been a natural mutation. I mean,
[36:22.720 --> 36:28.720]  there's debate as to whether even a virus can mutate at all. And they're saying that this
[36:28.720 --> 36:36.720]  had to be genetically engineered. There are insertions that look that are identical to
[36:36.720 --> 36:46.720]  the HIV virus. And so this is the fourth time this has happened out of China. What strongly
[36:46.720 --> 36:53.720]  looks like the fourth bioweapon that China has unleashed on itself and the world. All
[36:53.720 --> 36:59.720]  right, the first SARS virus was, it looks like that was completely engineered. Then you've
[36:59.720 --> 37:08.720]  got, they had MERS and then they had the swine flu. And now this is the second SARS virus,
[37:08.720 --> 37:16.720]  which is almost identical to the first one except for these insertions that really do
[37:16.720 --> 37:23.720]  look like there's no way, they're just saying there's no way it could occur in nature. The
[37:23.720 --> 37:32.720]  chance of this kind of mutation, I mean, it's an astronomical low probability. It just
[37:32.720 --> 37:37.720]  looks like it's impossible. It couldn't happen. So other research labs are stopping short
[37:37.720 --> 37:41.720]  of saying that because they don't want to lose their funding. They don't want to get in
[37:41.720 --> 37:46.720]  trouble with their own governments, but they're all kind of couching their language to
[37:46.720 --> 37:51.720]  basically say this is a bioweapon if you read between the lines without actually saying
[37:51.720 --> 37:59.720]  it. Okay, you have to know how to read into these medical publications because of course
[37:59.720 --> 38:05.720]  they don't want to get, they don't want to die funny if you get my drift. Okay, they
[38:05.720 --> 38:12.720]  don't want to get suicided by their own governments for coming out and saying these things. So in
[38:12.720 --> 38:20.720]  other countries. So anyhow, the reason that this one is so much more serious than the
[38:20.720 --> 38:26.720]  original SARS virus or some of these others is because the level of communicability is
[38:26.720 --> 38:37.720]  so high. It's a highly communicable virus. The first SARS virus was not. It was bad. It
[38:37.720 --> 38:44.720]  caused severe ramifications in certain people, especially depending on their underlying health
[38:44.720 --> 38:49.720]  condition. This is the same thing. It's just the first SARS virus, say for example if you're
[38:49.720 --> 38:56.720]  in a room full of people, like in a sitting around living room, you know, having a get-together
[38:56.720 --> 39:01.720]  and somebody has it and they cough, even if they cover their mouth, it's going to go
[39:01.720 --> 39:08.720]  everywhere and maybe one out of ten, out of the ten people in the room will actually catch
[39:08.720 --> 39:14.720]  it, will actually, you know, get infected. With this one, all ten people will get infected.
[39:14.720 --> 39:20.720]  And so that's why it's so much more serious. And it's not like a flu virus. A lot of people
[39:20.720 --> 39:27.720]  are saying, you know, why is there all this drama over this? I mean, 50,000 people a year
[39:27.720 --> 39:32.720]  die of a flu. It's like, what are you talking about? There haven't even been that many deaths
[39:32.720 --> 39:39.720]  in comparison to what normally goes on. And the reason it's so much more serious is because
[39:39.720 --> 39:50.720]  with regular flu and secondary bacterial infections, see, all viral and bacterial infections that
[39:50.720 --> 39:57.720]  involve the respiratory system, your sinuses, your lungs, it all leads to one end result
[39:57.720 --> 40:04.720]  if your body can't get over it. It all, like all roads lead to Rome. All infections of
[40:04.720 --> 40:09.720]  the respiratory system, when you get sick with flu, colds, whatever, sinus infections,
[40:09.720 --> 40:15.720]  it all leads to one place, pneumonia, okay? It all leads to respiratory failure of your
[40:15.720 --> 40:23.720]  lungs if it can't be stopped. And so with the flu, when people get seriously, seriously
[40:23.720 --> 40:32.720]  infected with the flu, and you can see this under a CT scan, okay, of the lungs, you'll
[40:32.720 --> 40:39.720]  see, it'll show like one little place in your lung, it's infected, it's being attacked,
[40:39.720 --> 40:45.720]  okay? Or maybe there'll be a few places, multiple places inside your lungs, you can see where
[40:45.720 --> 40:52.720]  it's taken hold and it's kind of spreading, okay? But it spreads at a rate that's slow
[40:52.720 --> 40:58.720]  enough that most people who end up getting severely ill with the flu, they don't need
[40:58.720 --> 41:06.720]  to be put on a ventilator, okay, to breathe for you. With the SARS virus, it's a completely
[41:06.720 --> 41:12.720]  different animal, all right? It affects all of your lung tissue all at the same time.
[41:12.720 --> 41:17.720]  Somehow they've been able to engineer this thing to where it takes hold of every cell,
[41:17.720 --> 41:23.720]  okay? It attaches itself with these little spike proteins to certain enzymes and it
[41:23.720 --> 41:29.720]  fools, it tricks your cell membrane, so to speak, into letting it in, okay? They've
[41:29.720 --> 41:37.720]  been working on these things for decades, these genocidal maniacs just can't stop cooking
[41:37.720 --> 41:42.720]  up bio weapons in the lab, okay? They're crazy, they're mad scientists, they want to kill
[41:42.720 --> 41:48.720]  everybody. And so they've been able to get this thing to where it'll attach to all of
[41:48.720 --> 41:52.720]  your cells and all your lung tissue all at the same time. And if you have underlying
[41:52.720 --> 41:58.720]  health conditions like diabetes or this, that, and the other, it can, you can get very, very
[41:58.720 --> 42:05.720]  sick and need a ventilator in a very short period of time, okay? The elderly, people
[42:05.720 --> 42:10.720]  who that are overweight and have other underlying conditions, especially if you smoke cigarettes,
[42:10.720 --> 42:17.720]  oh my gosh, people, please stop smoking right now, okay? Any, or people that have asthma,
[42:17.720 --> 42:23.720]  if you have any kind of compromised situation of your respiratory system, you're at much
[42:23.720 --> 42:28.720]  higher risk, especially in underlying health conditions. So what ends up happening is
[42:28.720 --> 42:32.720]  that people have to be put on the ventilator, okay? I talked about this last night, Randy,
[42:32.720 --> 42:37.720]  where you were mentioning, well, is this just someone special, is this some special thing
[42:37.720 --> 42:42.720]  for this kind of thing? And so I wanted to go over that again. No, all roads lead to
[42:42.720 --> 42:47.720]  Rome, okay? When it comes to respiratory illness, cold, flu, science infections, it all leads
[42:47.720 --> 42:52.720]  to the same place, pneumonia, whether that means your lungs fill up with fluid or whether
[42:52.720 --> 42:56.720]  that means the lining of your lungs gets so infected that they, you can't breathe on your
[42:56.720 --> 43:01.720]  own anymore. That's why the invention of the iron lung was a pivotal point in medical
[43:01.720 --> 43:07.720]  science because once that came around and now we have the modern ventilator, now they
[43:07.720 --> 43:12.720]  can keep people alive and have the machine breathe for them so that the doctors can get
[43:12.720 --> 43:17.720]  the infection under control and so that you can survive. And so what's happening now is
[43:17.720 --> 43:21.720]  the medical system's overwhelmed with people that need to be on ventilators and they don't
[43:21.720 --> 43:26.720]  have enough because FEMA didn't stockpile them or if they did, they're not giving them,
[43:26.720 --> 43:31.720]  okay? And so that's why there's such a big problem. They have to stop the spread of this
[43:31.720 --> 43:36.720]  thing because it's overwhelming the medical system because so many people need ventilators,
[43:36.720 --> 43:41.720]  all right? And they are setting up tents in the parking lot in some hospitals here in
[43:41.720 --> 43:47.720]  this state. It's a serious situation but there are remedies. I went over some of them last

[49:02.720 --> 49:11.720]  a drill, an exercise in New York City in October called Event 201 where, and this was right
[49:11.720 --> 49:18.720]  before all of this happened in China. They always run these drills to either cover up
[49:18.720 --> 49:26.720]  that a real event is taking place or that right before they actually do it. I mean,
[49:26.720 --> 49:32.720]  with the London bombings, they ran a drill on the same day or something. It was crazy.
[49:32.720 --> 49:37.720]  They were running a drill the day of 9-11. They were running some kind of drill with
[49:37.720 --> 49:44.720]  air traffic controls. They didn't know what was real and what was part of the fake drill
[49:44.720 --> 49:51.720]  exercise. They didn't know. I mean, they always do this. This is their MO. They always run
[49:51.720 --> 50:00.720]  drills right before or during the real false flag that they're about to pull off. This
[50:00.720 --> 50:05.720]  is another reason why I'm pretty sure this was completely intentional. It wasn't accidentally
[50:05.720 --> 50:15.720]  got out of the Biolab. Obviously, it didn't come from a bet. It didn't accidentally get

[51:49.720 --> 51:54.720]  they're not prepared enough. The medical community doesn't have enough ventilators. They don't
[51:54.720 --> 52:03.720]  have enough equipment and stuff like that. The local health authorities, the local whatever,
[52:03.720 --> 52:07.720]  all the local officials need to be better prepared and trained and this and that. Then
[52:07.720 --> 52:15.720]  they point the finger at Trump and say, see, you need to start doing something about this
[52:15.720 --> 52:23.720]  and start stockpiling medical equipment. Then the thing hits the next month. Listen, people,
[52:23.720 --> 52:30.720]  it takes months, if not years, years to stockpile enough medical equipment to handle something

[55:14.720 --> 55:24.720]  technology has progressed exponentially in the last hundred years. The rate of improvement
[55:24.720 --> 55:30.720]  of medical technology grows at an exponential pace. We've come further in the last hundred
[55:30.720 --> 55:37.720]  years than humanity was able to come in the 6,000 years prior to it. In a way, we are a
[55:37.720 --> 55:43.720]  little bit special. We are very blessed to live in a generation where we have this technology
[55:43.720 --> 55:53.720]  but we can't be thinking that something like this can't happen to us. Presidents should
[55:53.720 --> 56:01.720]  have been preparing all along, really, even before Bush. It's like you got your fires,
[56:01.720 --> 56:07.720]  your wildfires, you got your earthquakes, you got your hurricanes, you got your floods.
[56:07.720 --> 56:14.720]  You got pandemics too. That's what FEMA is for. That's what the Federal Health Department
[56:14.720 --> 56:23.720]  is for. The state governments should be somewhat prepared too. But when you're talking about
[56:23.720 --> 56:30.720]  a state government that's trying to keep taxes down, Texas doesn't have an income tax, they're
[56:30.720 --> 56:36.720]  trying to keep the tax rate down as much as possible, they have a very limited budget
[56:36.720 --> 56:44.720]  when push comes to shove. The police departments get most of their money directly from the feds
[56:44.720 --> 56:51.720]  to buy all their police military toys. I think it's terrible. I still do not understand how
[56:51.720 --> 56:58.720]  that's legal. It's like bribery. I can't go to the police department and give them a bunch
[56:58.720 --> 57:04.720]  of toys if they pursue my agenda. I don't get it, but that's another topic. The bottom
[57:04.720 --> 57:08.720]  line is this is what the feds are for because the federal government and the banking system
[57:08.720 --> 57:14.720]  and the U.S. Treasury are all intermingled because of the funny money system and the Federal
[57:14.720 --> 57:19.720]  Reserve and all of that. The Federal Reserve is a private central bank that prints the
[57:19.720 --> 57:24.720]  money out of thin air for free and loans it to our government and then the government
[57:24.720 --> 57:31.720]  and the public has to pay interest on that loan back to the Federal Reserve, which is
[57:31.720 --> 57:36.720]  a private central bank. All of your income tax, none of it goes to pay for any social
[57:36.720 --> 57:42.720]  services whatsoever, period, no benefits, nothing that the federal government spends their money
[57:42.720 --> 57:49.720]  on comes from your income tax. I can tell you that right now. That's very clear. The
[57:49.720 --> 57:56.720]  bottom line is the feds are the ones that have responsibility and the duty to stockpile
[57:56.720 --> 58:03.720]  all kinds of equipment and supplies for any kind of emergency that could happen. They
[58:03.720 --> 58:08.720]  have the money. They can do it. They can do it without hyperinflating the currency.
[58:08.720 --> 58:14.720]  Besides, all they have to do is stop building a few of their fancy stealth bomber jets and
[58:14.720 --> 58:18.720]  they would have plenty of money to stockpile anything that we need for these kinds of
[58:18.720 --> 58:25.720]  pandemic emergencies. They didn't do it and they didn't do it on purpose. That's my analysis
[58:25.720 --> 58:30.720]  here of my assessment of the situation. They should have been doing it all along. The 3D

[01:04:57.720 --> 01:05:01.720]  I have done a significant amount of research on colloidal silver.
[01:05:01.720 --> 01:05:07.720]  I actually have a seminar that I can do, that I did one time at Brave New Books here,
[01:05:07.720 --> 01:05:14.720]  on basically I'm presenting information from peer reviewed research that's been done on colloidal silver.
[01:05:14.720 --> 01:05:26.720]  And here's, it works in many different ways. It interferes with the potassium glucose uptake
[01:05:26.720 --> 01:05:35.720]  mechanism of cells, human cells in cancer cells specifically.
[01:05:35.720 --> 01:05:42.720]  So that it's basically cancer cells will starve. They have to, they can only process sugar,
[01:05:42.720 --> 01:05:47.720]  they're immature cells. They divide and spread before they mature.
[01:05:47.720 --> 01:05:54.720]  And so they can't use fats and proteins as food. They can only eat sugar, all right.
[01:05:54.720 --> 01:06:01.720]  And so that's why the cancer diet, for example, Dr. Leonard Colwell, he has people eat vegan,
[01:06:01.720 --> 01:06:04.720]  no sugar, no carbs, no nothing.
[01:06:04.720 --> 01:06:12.720]  Anyways, it will interfere with cancer, it kills cancer, it kills viruses, it kills bacteria.

[01:06:15.720 --> 01:06:23.720]  And it's not exactly clear why, but it looks like the reason why it doesn't interfere with the gut bacteria

[01:06:30.720 --> 01:06:37.720]  the nanoparticles are so tiny that it absorbs into your bloodstream through the epithelial tissue
[01:06:37.720 --> 01:06:43.720]  which is the lining, the kind of skin that lines your mouth and your lungs and your esophagus
[01:06:43.720 --> 01:06:49.720]  and stuff like that. And epithelial tissue is also inside your lungs as well as your stomach.
[01:06:49.720 --> 01:06:56.720]  It's a different kind of tissue, but it's still all kind of in the epithelial cell range.
[01:06:56.720 --> 01:07:02.720]  And so it gets absorbed into the bloodstream very quickly through those cells

[01:07:10.720 --> 01:07:13.720]  where you've got all the healthy bacteria and whatnot.

[01:07:17.720 --> 01:07:21.720]  But of course it's a good idea to take probiotics when you're taking colloidal silver too.

[01:07:24.720 --> 01:07:33.720]  But as far as, you know, colloidal silver will penetrate the membranes of viruses and destroy them.
[01:07:33.720 --> 01:07:40.720]  They just like explode. What actually happens at a microscopic level is that the colloidal silver,
[01:07:40.720 --> 01:07:48.720]  once it gets inside the cell of the bacteria or the virus, it literally electrocutes the DNA.
[01:07:48.720 --> 01:07:57.720]  It's like really incredible what it does. And so I started looking into how silver, of course,
[01:07:57.720 --> 01:08:05.720]  we know it's going to kill all viruses. That's been just about proven in these scientific research journals.
[01:08:05.720 --> 01:08:10.720]  HIV, hepatitis, I mean you name it, it's going to get rid of it.
[01:08:10.720 --> 01:08:19.720]  The only issue is that you have to get enough silver to wherever the virus is in order for it to really be effective.
[01:08:19.720 --> 01:08:26.720]  And so that's like the problem. The only problem is that you have to be able to take enough of it
[01:08:26.720 --> 01:08:32.720]  and enough concentration to try to get it to where it needs to be effective.
[01:08:32.720 --> 01:08:42.720]  And so one of the ways that you could use colloidal silver to be highly effective against something like this
[01:08:42.720 --> 01:08:46.720]  is not to drink it but to use it with a nebulizer.
[01:08:46.720 --> 01:08:55.720]  A nebulizer, you put it in the little thing, look up nebulizers, and you breathe it in.
[01:08:55.720 --> 01:09:04.720]  And so it's almost like a vaporizer where it turns it into basically, but it doesn't make it hot.
[01:09:04.720 --> 01:09:11.720]  It's not like the old school vaporizers that your mom put out for you when you were a kid, when you were sick,
[01:09:11.720 --> 01:09:17.720]  and it basically pretty much almost boils water and it's like a steam.
[01:09:17.720 --> 01:09:23.720]  And so you breathe it in when you're sleeping and it's very soothing to your lungs and soothing to your sinuses.
[01:09:23.720 --> 01:09:28.720]  A nebulizer is different from that. It's not a steam. It's not hot.
[01:09:28.720 --> 01:09:37.720]  It somehow is able to basically like a spray mist of the fluid and you breathe it in.
[01:09:37.720 --> 01:09:47.720]  And so yes, we have a nebulizer and so you can put the colloidal silver in the nebulizer and breathe it in
[01:09:47.720 --> 01:09:57.720]  and then it's going to get right into the tissue, right on the cells where it needs to be effective, which is in your lungs.
[01:09:57.720 --> 01:10:04.720]  And so if you drink it, it probably would still be effective, but it's going to take longer to get into your bloodstream

[01:10:42.720 --> 01:10:51.720]  and so I looked into medications that are administered through respiration, okay, through breathing
[01:10:51.720 --> 01:11:00.720]  and I discovered there is a medication called ribovirin, okay, that is used.
[01:11:00.720 --> 01:11:09.720]  And I don't go out and try to get some ribovirin, please, all right. It is a pretty strong and somewhat dangerous,
[01:11:09.720 --> 01:11:16.720]  can be dangerous medication that it's only used in one particular situation.
[01:11:16.720 --> 01:11:29.720]  Sometimes you will get babies, okay, infants and very young toddlers that come down with a certain type of severe respiratory infection.
[01:11:29.720 --> 01:11:34.720]  And I'm sorry, I don't have it right in front of me what the name of it, what they call it.
[01:11:34.720 --> 01:11:43.720]  But in those cases, the doctors will use this ribovirin with, you know, nebulizers, et cetera,
[01:11:43.720 --> 01:11:49.720]  to have them breathe in this medication. And from what I have been able to determine,
[01:11:49.720 --> 01:11:53.720]  I haven't done extensive research on ribovirin, I haven't had time.
[01:11:53.720 --> 01:12:00.720]  But basically it's a vitamin-based drug, okay.
[01:12:00.720 --> 01:12:06.720]  It uses, it has a lot of vitamin C in it and it has other vitamins in it.
[01:12:06.720 --> 01:12:14.720]  But you have to be careful, this is the other research that I found about, you know, breathing in substances like this.
[01:12:14.720 --> 01:12:24.720]  You have to be careful like you don't want to put vitamin E in a nebulizer and breathe it in, okay.
[01:12:24.720 --> 01:12:34.720]  Because while your body needs to have lipophilic vitamins, the DEC, the D, E, A and K, okay,
[01:12:34.720 --> 01:12:42.720]  those are the four primary lipophilic which are fat-based, oil-based vitamins.

[01:20:26.720 --> 01:20:34.720]  Concerning the lockdowns, this has to do with the county public servants, okay?
[01:20:34.720 --> 01:20:39.720]  The county judge is an elected official, elected position.
[01:20:39.720 --> 01:20:46.720]  So is the sheriff, and the county judge appoints a county health authority.
[01:20:46.720 --> 01:20:48.720]  It's an appointed position.
[01:20:48.720 --> 01:20:57.720]  And under Texas statute, the county health authority has the power and the authority
[01:20:57.720 --> 01:21:04.720]  to shut down businesses, tell people they have to stay in their homes, shut down nonessential
[01:21:04.720 --> 01:21:05.720]  businesses, that is.
[01:21:05.720 --> 01:21:06.720]  They can't shut down every business.
[01:21:06.720 --> 01:21:09.720]  And I'm gonna get into that in a little bit.
[01:21:09.720 --> 01:21:12.720]  They can order shutting down nonessential businesses.
[01:21:12.720 --> 01:21:15.720]  They can order people to shelter in place.
[01:21:15.720 --> 01:21:22.720]  They can tell people if they have the certain illness, if they've tested positive for it,
[01:21:22.720 --> 01:21:27.720]  they cannot leave the county, which is part of the order right now.
[01:21:27.720 --> 01:21:32.720]  If you've tested positive for coronavirus or if you're in the process of being tested
[01:21:32.720 --> 01:21:37.720]  or if you live in a household with somebody who either has tested positive or is being
[01:21:37.720 --> 01:21:43.720]  tested, in the process of being tested, you cannot leave Travis County without explicit
[01:21:43.720 --> 01:21:48.720]  permission directly from the county health authority and the county judge.
[01:21:48.720 --> 01:21:52.720]  And that is reasonable because they don't want this thing to spread anymore.
[01:21:52.720 --> 01:21:59.720]  The county health authority has the power under Texas law to completely shut down an
[01:21:59.720 --> 01:22:07.720]  entire, seal off, not shut down, but seal off an entire county with roadblocks at every
[01:22:07.720 --> 01:22:10.720]  dirt road that may cross the county lines.
[01:22:10.720 --> 01:22:18.720]  If they deem necessary, if something gets out of control really bad, really fast to
[01:22:18.720 --> 01:22:23.720]  keep people from going in and out of the county so they can isolate the situation and keep
[01:22:23.720 --> 01:22:25.720]  the rest of the state from getting sick, okay?
[01:22:25.720 --> 01:22:28.720]  That's reasonable that they have that level of power.
[01:22:28.720 --> 01:22:33.720]  Now, they're not doing that right now here in Travis County.
[01:22:33.720 --> 01:22:36.720]  They're not telling people you can't leave the county.
[01:22:36.720 --> 01:22:41.720]  They're not telling people who are non-residents of this county you can't come to Austin.
[01:22:41.720 --> 01:22:42.720]  You can't come.
[01:22:42.720 --> 01:22:43.720]  They're not doing that yet.
[01:22:43.720 --> 01:22:48.720]  They're just saying if you've tested positive or being tested or in the household, you can't

[01:22:49.720 --> 01:22:55.720]  And they've ordered the shutdown of all essential, non-essential businesses and the mandatory
[01:22:55.720 --> 01:23:01.720]  social distancing of staying more than six feet away from everyone that you don't know,
[01:23:01.720 --> 01:23:06.720]  that does not apply to family members and people that you live in the house with, obviously.
[01:23:06.720 --> 01:23:07.720]  All right?
[01:23:07.720 --> 01:23:08.720]  And so they have the authority.
[01:23:08.720 --> 01:23:09.720]  It's reasonable.
[01:23:09.720 --> 01:23:16.720]  And so, and the mayor also has some of the authority as well, the Texas Government Code
[01:23:16.720 --> 01:23:26.720]  Section 418 and the Texas Administrative Code Section 121.021, Texas Government Code 418.003.
[01:23:26.720 --> 01:23:28.720]  It's reasonable, all right?
[01:23:28.720 --> 01:23:33.720]  And so that's what's happening in some of these counties, Dallas County, Travis County
[01:23:33.720 --> 01:23:35.720]  here in Texas.
[01:23:35.720 --> 01:23:38.720]  There's other counties in Texas that are doing it.
[01:23:38.720 --> 01:23:45.720]  Greg Abbott has not ordered a mandatory state no travel ban, okay?
[01:23:45.720 --> 01:23:52.720]  He's saying there's no need for that because there's 269 counties in Texas and 220 of them
[01:23:52.720 --> 01:23:54.720]  have reported no infections.
[01:23:54.720 --> 01:23:57.720]  There's no reason to lock down the entire state, okay?
[01:23:57.720 --> 01:23:59.720]  He wants the counties to deal with this.
[01:23:59.720 --> 01:24:01.720]  And people, we want this.

[01:24:28.720 --> 01:24:35.720]  And however, that doesn't mean that the counties are independent fiefdoms or little
[01:24:35.720 --> 01:24:42.720]  independent nation states, they are still checked by the power of the state.
[01:24:42.720 --> 01:24:53.720]  And in fact, situation just happened this week within the last few days in Travis County.
[01:24:53.720 --> 01:25:00.720]  The county judge and the mayor and the county health authority, well, primarily the mayor,
[01:25:00.720 --> 01:25:09.720]  okay, but it goes along with the county order, determined that gun shops are nonessential
[01:25:09.720 --> 01:25:11.720]  businesses, okay?
[01:25:11.720 --> 01:25:16.720]  So they want to stop people from buying guns during this time.

[01:25:18.720 --> 01:25:22.720]  The liquor stores can still stay open.
[01:25:22.720 --> 01:25:28.720]  You can go buy your cigarettes and your liquor full on liquor stores that only sell liquor,

[01:36:34.880 --> 01:36:40.880]  That's why he went outside and talked to them and good for him for standing up.
[01:36:40.880 --> 01:36:46.880]  The end result of what happened, your listeners are going to love this if you don't know already.
[01:36:46.880 --> 01:36:53.880]  He goes outside and he didn't want to ask them questions of what makes you think a gun shop
[01:36:53.880 --> 01:36:55.880]  is non-essential, blah, blah, blah.
[01:36:55.880 --> 01:36:57.880]  He just told them the way it is.
[01:36:57.880 --> 01:37:01.880]  He said, I am not going to shut down.
[01:37:01.880 --> 01:37:07.880]  People need guns to protect themselves in all the time, but especially in these times right

[01:37:10.880 --> 01:37:19.880]  This has to be an unconstitutional and illegal order because whether your business is essential
[01:37:19.880 --> 01:37:22.880]  or non-essential, it's very specific.
[01:37:22.880 --> 01:37:27.880]  It's not up to interpretation of law enforcement.
[01:37:27.880 --> 01:37:36.880]  By the way, let me get one thing I meant to mention concerning the county as far as people
[01:37:36.880 --> 01:37:37.880]  sheltering in place.
[01:37:37.880 --> 01:37:39.880]  Let me say this before I forget it.
[01:37:39.880 --> 01:37:43.880]  The county judges already said they're not going to enforce this, at least not right now.
[01:37:43.880 --> 01:37:49.880]  In other words, there's not constables and state troopers and municipal police on the street
[01:37:49.880 --> 01:37:53.880]  pulling over as many cars as they possibly can to query everyone.
[01:37:53.880 --> 01:37:55.880]  What are you doing?
[01:37:55.880 --> 01:37:56.880]  Where are you going?
[01:37:56.880 --> 01:37:57.880]  Where are you coming from?
[01:37:57.880 --> 01:37:59.880]  Are you really going to the grocery store?
[01:37:59.880 --> 01:38:00.880]  Let me see your receipt.
[01:38:00.880 --> 01:38:02.880]  Have you been to the grocery store?
[01:38:02.880 --> 01:38:04.880]  They're not doing that.
[01:38:04.880 --> 01:38:05.880]  They're not doing that.
[01:38:05.880 --> 01:38:10.880]  For once, they're doing the right thing, and they're not taking advantage of that situation
[01:38:10.880 --> 01:38:13.880]  to have the cops pull everyone over.
[01:38:13.880 --> 01:38:19.880]  They will if they have to if this thing doesn't settle down, but most likely 99 percent,
[01:38:19.880 --> 01:38:21.880]  they're not going to enforce that.
[01:38:21.880 --> 01:38:27.880]  But they do want to enforce the closure of businesses that are considered non-essential
[01:38:27.880 --> 01:38:29.880]  and for good reason.
[01:38:29.880 --> 01:38:31.880]  They are enforcing that part.
[01:38:31.880 --> 01:38:33.880]  That's why they went to his shop.
[01:38:33.880 --> 01:38:37.880]  He let him know straight up, I'm not shutting down.
[01:38:37.880 --> 01:38:38.880]  Guns are essential.
[01:38:38.880 --> 01:38:42.880]  Gun shops are essential businesses in these times.
[01:38:42.880 --> 01:38:46.880]  Here's why people have to be able to protect themselves.
[01:38:46.880 --> 01:38:49.880]  Do you guys do what you feel you have to do?
[01:38:49.880 --> 01:38:54.880]  I don't know exactly what he said to them, so I don't want to paint a scenario.
[01:38:54.880 --> 01:38:59.880]  He's going to post a video of the interaction.
[01:38:59.880 --> 01:39:06.880]  I'm just trying to give a thumbnail sketch of what happened.
[01:39:06.880 --> 01:39:13.880]  He basically told them, I'm not shutting down, and he was willing to be arrested on the spot
[01:39:13.880 --> 01:39:21.880]  for violating the order if that's what it meant to smack down this ridiculousness
[01:39:21.880 --> 01:39:25.880]  of shutting down gun stores in crisis.
[01:39:25.880 --> 01:39:27.880]  They can't do it.
[01:39:27.880 --> 01:39:33.880]  There's state and federal laws protecting this kind of situation where they cannot
[01:39:33.880 --> 01:39:36.880]  shut down gun shops during times of crisis.
[01:39:36.880 --> 01:39:42.880]  He was willing to go to jail and have to fight criminal charges as well as get involved in
[01:39:42.880 --> 01:39:49.880]  more lawsuits, which he has filed many lawsuits against these people,
[01:39:49.880 --> 01:39:54.880]  and take up more of his time to fight for our gun rights if necessary.
[01:39:54.880 --> 01:40:00.880]  Basically, by the end of the conversation, after he told them the way it is, they left.
[01:40:00.880 --> 01:40:01.880]  They went away.
[01:40:01.880 --> 01:40:02.880]  They didn't arrest him.
[01:40:02.880 --> 01:40:05.880]  They did not arrest him.
[01:40:05.880 --> 01:40:11.880]  It wasn't clear, at least to me, just from what I was able to read about what happened,
[01:40:11.880 --> 01:40:17.880]  whether they threatened to come back or whether this thing was really over or not.
[01:40:17.880 --> 01:40:20.880]  The bottom line is, even if they decided to leave him alone,
[01:40:20.880 --> 01:40:24.880]  what about all the other gun stores in town?
[01:40:24.880 --> 01:40:26.880]  They need to be open too.
[01:40:26.880 --> 01:40:40.880]  Apparently, he spoke with some Texas House reps and senators that he's worked with
[01:40:40.880 --> 01:40:47.880]  to get proper legislation passed over the years here in Texas to protect gun rights
[01:40:47.880 --> 01:40:52.880]  and open carry and concealed carry and all of these things.
[01:40:52.880 --> 01:40:58.880]  He was instrumental in helping get the open carry bill passed here in Texas
[01:40:58.880 --> 01:41:04.880]  so that you can open carry a pistol on your hip if you have a concealed carry license.
[01:41:04.880 --> 01:41:05.880]  Things like that.
[01:41:05.880 --> 01:41:09.880]  He's the one that was instrumental in making things like that happen.
[01:41:09.880 --> 01:41:12.880]  Now, should we be able to open carry without a license?
[01:41:12.880 --> 01:41:20.880]  Of course. But trying to get constitutional open carry all in one fell swoop is not going to happen.
[01:41:20.880 --> 01:41:21.880]  We're going to try that next.
[01:41:21.880 --> 01:41:22.880]  That's next step.
[01:41:22.880 --> 01:41:27.880]  But at any rate, so what didn't happen after he talks to these legislators,
[01:41:27.880 --> 01:41:33.880]  State Representative Dustin Burroughs from Lubbock, who we need to applaud,
[01:41:33.880 --> 01:41:43.880]  and send thank yous to, he writes a letter formally, he's the chairman of the Texas House Committee on Ways and Means.
[01:41:43.880 --> 01:41:50.880]  He formally requested an opinion from Attorney General Ken Paxton.
[01:41:50.880 --> 01:41:52.880]  This wasn't just like a private email.
[01:41:52.880 --> 01:42:00.880]  This was a formal request as his position of chairman of the Texas House Committee of Ways and Means.
[01:42:00.880 --> 01:42:11.880]  He formally request from Attorney Paxton an opinion whether city or county officials can prohibit the sale of firearms
[01:42:11.880 --> 01:42:20.880]  during these emergency declarations and deem them as gun shops and gun manufacturers as non-essential businesses.
[01:42:20.880 --> 01:42:32.880]  Well, within 24 hours, just today, this afternoon, our Attorney General Ken Paxton released an opinion,
[01:42:32.880 --> 01:42:36.880]  an AG opinion that says no.
[01:42:36.880 --> 01:42:43.880]  County judges and mayors and county health officials, the county health authority,
[01:42:43.880 --> 01:42:47.880]  cannot shut down gun shops during emergency.
[01:42:47.880 --> 01:42:50.880]  You guys can shut down non-essential businesses.
[01:42:50.880 --> 01:42:53.880]  Yes, you have the authority to shut down non-essential businesses,
[01:42:53.880 --> 01:42:57.880]  but you do not have the authority to declare a gun shop as a non-essential business.
[01:42:57.880 --> 01:43:04.880]  So there's the example right there on how the state can check the power of the counties.
[01:43:04.880 --> 01:43:07.880]  The counties are not independent nation states.
[01:43:07.880 --> 01:43:09.880]  They cannot just do whatever they want.
[01:43:09.880 --> 01:43:12.880]  They have some authority, but they're checked by the state.
[01:43:12.880 --> 01:43:22.880]  And so now that the AG has released this opinion, if the county judge here in Travis County and the mayor
[01:43:22.880 --> 01:43:31.880]  do not modify their order, their two orders to deem gun shops and gun manufacturers as an essential business,
[01:43:31.880 --> 01:43:37.880]  Michael Cargill is going to file a lawsuit against them, and he will win.
[01:43:37.880 --> 01:43:45.880]  He'll get a state district judge court order to force the county and the mayor to change their order.
[01:43:45.880 --> 01:43:49.880]  That's next if they don't comply on their own.
[01:43:49.880 --> 01:43:51.880]  And we're going to talk about this more on the other side.

[01:47:01.880 --> 01:47:07.880]  About this opinion, you mentioned about the Texas Attorney General.
[01:47:07.880 --> 01:47:10.880]  Paxton had issued an opinion.
[01:47:10.880 --> 01:47:14.880]  That's KP0296.
[01:47:14.880 --> 01:47:20.880]  I think it's interesting that the statute, it's already there. It's already codified.
[01:47:20.880 --> 01:47:31.880]  It's in our local government code. It's section 229.001, and it specifically talks about the transfer of firearms.
[01:47:31.880 --> 01:47:42.880]  This is something that over which they have not been granted authority to regulate or adopt it or enforce regulations.
[01:47:42.880 --> 01:47:53.880]  It's section 236.002, both of those 229.001 and 236.002.
[01:47:53.880 --> 01:47:59.880]  It's good that Paxton acknowledges that in his opinion.
[01:47:59.880 --> 01:48:02.880]  Yes, absolutely.
[01:48:02.880 --> 01:48:16.880]  The thing is, an agey opinion really is just that. It's an opinion. It doesn't carry the kind of weight that a judge or court ruling would.
[01:48:16.880 --> 01:48:20.880]  But it does carry a lot of weight, though.
[01:48:20.880 --> 01:48:33.880]  This situation, and this is why he issued the opinion and why he said what he said, because it's already in our laws. It's already in our state laws. It's already in our federal laws, too. It's already part of the Stafford Act.
[01:48:33.880 --> 01:48:41.880]  It's already there that they cannot shut down gun shops during emergencies. Period. They can't do it.
[01:48:41.880 --> 01:48:50.880]  I don't think they can shut gun shops. They can't shut down gun shops anytime. The county, the municipal.
[01:48:50.880 --> 01:49:09.880]  So, not in Texas. It's already there in the law, but by having the Attorney General issue this opinion, it's basically letting all the counties know that this is like a reminder of what the law is.
[01:49:09.880 --> 01:49:13.880]  This is what you guys need to do. Y'all are not allowed to do this.
[01:49:13.880 --> 01:49:26.880]  And so, basically, it's putting them on notice is what it is. It's putting all of the county officials on notice that if you guys don't change this, we're going to intervene.
[01:49:26.880 --> 01:49:40.880]  And so, hopefully, it will get them to back down without the gun shop owners having to file lawsuits against the county to get them to back down.
[01:49:40.880 --> 01:50:01.880]  That's why the AG opinion is important here, because come on. You're going to make the gun shop owners have to spend their money and hire lawyers or try to get funding from the NRA or something to spend their time wasting their time wasting their money to fight this.
[01:50:01.880 --> 01:50:17.880]  Okay. And even though that's what the law says, you've got to fight it out and duke it out in court. And so, the AG opinion will hopefully prevent that from happening because it's putting the counties on notice.
[01:50:17.880 --> 01:50:27.880]  You need to change. Or otherwise, this is what's going to happen. We will force you to change. And so, I hope that they back down. We shall see.
[01:50:27.880 --> 01:50:38.880]  If Michael Cargill has to file a lawsuit against them, he will win because it's right there in the code. Like you mentioned, Brett, it's in the federal code, federal laws too.
[01:50:38.880 --> 01:50:58.880]  And so, he's already sued the city and the county over gun issues and won. Last year, he sued them over another BS mandate that said that you can't have concealed carry inside buildings or certain buildings.
[01:50:58.880 --> 01:51:12.880]  And they had no authority to impose that. Wasn't this the city hall? Something like that. Yes, I can't remember all the details, but he did. Yeah, I think it had to do with government buildings.
[01:51:12.880 --> 01:51:22.880]  Okay. And so, that's not what the state law says. Okay. They can't go beyond what the state laws are.
[01:51:22.880 --> 01:51:32.880]  And so, he sued Travis County or maybe it was just the city. I can't remember. It may have just been the city. I can't remember the details right now.
[01:51:32.880 --> 01:51:44.880]  So, I don't want to make those assertions. But basically, he sued them last year over that concealed carry issue and he won. Okay. So, he's already beat them.
[01:51:44.880 --> 01:51:55.880]  Well, Deborah, Deborah, you might be surprised that sometimes these public officials make up law as they go. Sometimes.
[01:51:55.880 --> 01:51:57.880]  Wait a minute. Wait a minute.
[01:51:57.880 --> 01:52:10.880]  Oh, they would never do something like that, Brett. Oh my goodness. Yeah.
[01:52:10.880 --> 01:52:30.880]  So, anyhow, yeah. So, so good for Michael. He fought them. He won at least at this stage in the game. And I'm really hoping that the county and the city will back down and go ahead and comply with the law and and take, you know, pay attention because
[01:52:30.880 --> 01:52:41.880]  he's been put on notice so that Michael doesn't have to file a lawsuit again. But he will if he has to and he will win and we'll see what happens because that's where it stands right now.
[01:52:41.880 --> 01:52:50.880]  And I don't know the status of the other gun shops in town. If they, I mean, this just happened this afternoon, this agey opinion.
[01:52:50.880 --> 01:52:57.880]  So, this is like very breaking. He was on Alex Jones' show today talking about it. And this has made national news, by the way.
[01:52:57.880 --> 01:53:07.880]  This agey opinion, that's the other reason why this is agey opinions can can be very important because it makes the national headlines.
[01:53:07.880 --> 01:53:18.880]  This is like all over ABC and CBS News. It's all over mainstream media. It's on the NRA website. Okay. This is national news.
[01:53:18.880 --> 01:53:28.880]  Everybody has found out about this, that the agey of Texas has told the counties you cannot shut down gun shops in Texas. This bit, it's big.
[01:53:28.880 --> 01:53:45.880]  It really is. And so hopefully because of it being such a big deal in the media right now, that in and of itself will be enough for our county judge and our mayor to feel the heat and feel the pressure
[01:53:45.880 --> 01:53:54.880]  and be like, you know, we better, we better back down because we better change our orders because if not, it would be a bad political move.
[01:53:54.880 --> 01:54:04.880]  Okay. It would be a very bad political move for them as politicians because they're elected. Okay. The county judge is elected. The mayor is elected.
