[01:18.800 --> 01:22.800]  since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to
[01:22.800 --> 01:24.760]  test the herb for THC.
[01:24.760 --> 01:28.400]  Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that
[01:28.400 --> 01:32.960]  she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the
[01:32.960 --> 01:33.960]  law.
[01:33.960 --> 01:37.560]  Mr. Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter
[01:37.560 --> 01:42.080]  to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized
[01:42.080 --> 01:48.240]  in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as
[01:48.240 --> 01:54.480]  well as other cities, too, like the District Attorney in El Paso, Kyma Esparza, a Democrat
[01:54.480 --> 01:58.960]  who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the
[01:58.960 --> 02:01.680]  prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso.
[02:01.680 --> 02:06.760]  However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender
[02:06.760 --> 02:10.760]  in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes
[02:10.760 --> 02:13.480]  something illegal based on its chemical makeup.
[02:13.480 --> 02:17.360]  It's important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're
[02:17.360 --> 02:18.880]  charged with.
[02:18.880 --> 02:27.400]  A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark.
[02:27.400 --> 02:32.320]  As the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket
[02:32.320 --> 02:38.000]  shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East
[02:38.000 --> 02:39.480]  Pacific Ocean.
[02:39.480 --> 02:43.760]  According to the university paper, the shark secretes a luminous fluid from a gland near
[02:43.760 --> 02:50.040]  its front fins for the purposes hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the

[03:53.920 --> 03:58.240]  First off, tonight we are not taking questions about individual cases.
[03:58.240 --> 04:00.560]  We are not discussing individual cases.
[04:00.560 --> 04:04.800]  We are not going to go over any of that, anything like that.
[04:04.800 --> 04:09.920]  So when I turn the collar bridge on and you want to call in, this is what we're doing
[04:09.920 --> 04:11.920]  tonight.
[04:11.920 --> 04:17.240]  I am going to be reading something here shortly and I would like to see how many of you actually
[04:17.240 --> 04:22.680]  know where what I'm reading comes from.
[04:22.680 --> 04:28.400]  And then what I want is to hear you discuss it.
[04:28.400 --> 04:35.800]  I want to know what your understanding of what I am about to read actually is.
[04:35.800 --> 04:37.880]  I don't want to hear about your court case.
[04:37.880 --> 04:42.480]  I don't want to hear about anything dealing with that tonight.
[04:42.480 --> 04:50.280]  We have gone far too long arguing over things that shouldn't even exist if you understand
[04:50.280 --> 04:55.040]  anything at all about what we're about to discuss.
[04:55.040 --> 05:01.000]  And the fact that it does exist and this show has to exist in order to accommodate it is
[05:01.000 --> 05:08.800]  proof positive that too many people don't know anything at all about what I'm about
[05:08.800 --> 05:10.520]  to read.
[05:10.520 --> 05:14.240]  So when I open the phone bridge, that's what the calls will be for.
[05:14.240 --> 05:19.120]  If you don't have a call about what I'm about to read, please don't call in because I'm

[05:21.320 --> 05:25.000]  This is not about individual problems, issues or cases tonight.
[05:25.000 --> 05:26.920]  So let's keep that in mind.
[05:26.920 --> 05:33.360]  Tonight we're going back to a very fundamental set of principles and understandings about
[05:33.360 --> 05:39.280]  where we are supposed to be living, what kind of government we are supposed to be living
[05:39.280 --> 05:50.080]  under, well not under, by, okay, how it is supposed to work.
[05:50.080 --> 05:54.920]  And then we're going to see how well you understand why it isn't.
[05:54.920 --> 05:57.520]  All right.
[05:57.520 --> 06:05.960]  We hold these truths to be self-evident that all men are created equal, that they are endowed
[06:05.960 --> 06:14.080]  by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty
[06:14.080 --> 06:17.480]  and the pursuit of happiness.
[06:17.480 --> 06:25.000]  That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just
[06:25.000 --> 06:33.600]  powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive
[06:33.600 --> 06:42.320]  of those ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it and to institute
[06:42.320 --> 06:49.440]  new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such
[06:49.440 --> 06:58.640]  form as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.
[06:58.640 --> 07:03.640]  This indeed will dictate that governments long-established should not be changed for
[07:03.640 --> 07:12.080]  light and transient causes, and accordingly all experience has shown that mankind are
[07:12.080 --> 07:19.760]  more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the
[07:19.760 --> 07:23.560]  forms to which they are accustomed.
[07:23.560 --> 07:31.880]  But when a long train of abuses and usurpations pursuing invariably the same object invents
[07:31.880 --> 07:39.000]  as a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their
[07:39.000 --> 07:51.280]  duty to throw off such government and to provide new guards for their future security.
[07:51.280 --> 07:59.320]  Now folks, I'm going to go through this line by line on what I just read, and I'm going
[07:59.320 --> 08:06.360]  to discuss my understanding of what this says, okay?
[08:06.360 --> 08:10.920]  Then we're going to discuss it amongst ourselves for those of you who wish to call in and do
[08:10.920 --> 08:11.920]  so.
[08:11.920 --> 08:15.360]  If not, I will keep discussing what my understanding of it is.
[08:15.360 --> 08:21.400]  All right, let's begin with the first line, we hold these truths to be self-evident.
[08:21.400 --> 08:30.760]  And then everything that follows is a factual truth that was understood by the founding
[08:30.760 --> 08:43.720]  fathers in their day and age, and enshrined in this document for all future ages.
[08:43.720 --> 08:50.360]  In other words, this was never intended to be a one-time perspective on why governments
[08:50.360 --> 08:54.320]  are formed and maintained.
[08:54.320 --> 09:02.560]  It was meant to be the guideline for how that government must function in order to remain
[09:02.560 --> 09:15.520]  a government, that all men are created equal.
[09:15.520 --> 09:19.800]  Now this goes to what I said on this show so many times.
[09:19.800 --> 09:26.400]  You cannot grant a power to someone acting as your agent, i.e. representative, even in
[09:26.400 --> 09:34.560]  a representative form of government, to do something that you yourself have no power
[09:34.560 --> 09:43.320]  to do on your own, plain and simple.
[09:43.320 --> 09:51.880]  If we are created equal, our rights and our protections are equal, then no man has the
[09:51.880 --> 10:03.520]  right to dictate the life, person, property, or rights of any other.
[10:03.520 --> 10:08.800]  What is so hard to understand about that?
[10:08.800 --> 10:19.160]  That they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights.
[10:19.160 --> 10:28.200]  Perhaps the word creator is not government, does not mean government, does not intend
[10:28.200 --> 10:34.000]  to mean government, does not infer government.
[10:34.000 --> 10:45.040]  We are not endowed with our rights by any form of government.
[10:45.040 --> 10:51.840]  We are not endowed with our rights by any document created to create and form and maintain
[10:51.840 --> 10:59.280]  and operate a government.
[10:59.280 --> 11:06.440]  We're born with them.
[11:06.440 --> 11:18.080]  And among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
[11:18.080 --> 11:26.760]  If life is an unalienable right, then how is it possible for someone acting in a government
[11:26.760 --> 11:31.880]  capacity to be justified in taking it?
[11:31.880 --> 11:39.960]  For any reason other than direct self-preservation, which they as individual persons also have
[11:39.960 --> 11:42.040]  a right to do.
[11:42.040 --> 11:56.080]  But absent that, your job is never a legitimate basis under the words of this document to
[11:56.080 --> 12:02.120]  alienate someone's life from them.
[12:02.120 --> 12:13.680]  And right now in this country we have a pandemic of governmental approved, accessorized, planned,
[12:13.680 --> 12:23.320]  and perpetrated acts of murder on a daily basis.
[12:23.320 --> 12:32.280]  And then it's protected by other parts of that same government who have a duty to find
[12:32.280 --> 12:40.720]  that the actions of the individual they are protecting are not deserving of such protection.
[12:40.720 --> 12:42.760]  But they don't.
[12:42.760 --> 12:51.280]  Instead, they have created new and additional previously non-existent protections in order
[12:51.280 --> 13:04.360]  to empower these individuals while removing any form of legitimate accountability.
[13:04.360 --> 13:11.440]  Now in my opinion, the entire reason all of this was written down in the first place was
[13:11.440 --> 13:17.040]  to set the minimum guidelines by which our government and anyone acting on behalf of
[13:17.040 --> 13:21.160]  that government are required to act and operate.
[13:21.160 --> 13:28.080]  And when they fail, they are already in violation of what the people mandated for them to do,
[13:28.080 --> 13:30.640]  which that alone is punishable.
[13:30.640 --> 13:31.640]  That's an offense.
[13:31.640 --> 13:32.960]  It's an affront.
[13:32.960 --> 13:46.720]  It should be an immediate thing that the people address and take care of, but we don't.
[13:46.720 --> 13:54.000]  That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men.
[13:54.000 --> 13:57.120]  Now this is a two-part equation here.
[13:57.120 --> 14:01.840]  Governments are instituted among men to secure these rights, life, liberty, and the pursuit
[14:01.840 --> 14:10.080]  of happiness, and that the use of those just powers are derived from the consent of the
[14:10.080 --> 14:11.080]  government.
[14:11.080 --> 14:12.960]  So let me read that whole thing.
[14:12.960 --> 14:19.760]  That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just
[14:19.760 --> 14:22.880]  powers from the consent of the government.
[14:22.880 --> 14:27.240]  Well, ladies and gentlemen, this document and the one that came immediately upon its
[14:27.240 --> 14:39.080]  heels are the consent that we gave, and that consent gives specific guidelines over how
[14:39.080 --> 14:46.680]  that government is to operate and function in every way, and it doesn't matter whether
[14:46.680 --> 14:51.280]  it's at the federal level, state level, or the local level.
[14:51.280 --> 15:00.720]  No form of government is given any power to deviate in a manner that violates the principled
[15:00.720 --> 15:07.200]  rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
[15:07.200 --> 15:13.240]  They didn't give them to us, so what gives them the right to take it away?
[15:13.240 --> 15:19.240]  At least without some very, very good reason for doing so, and that reason being something
[15:19.240 --> 15:26.780]  completely different than the ones they currently use, granted.
[15:26.780 --> 15:31.240]  But the fact remains that when it comes to the functions of government and the powers
[15:31.240 --> 15:43.120]  that we consented for them to use and to have, they are limited in using them in a manner
[15:43.120 --> 15:49.800]  that is not violative of the entire basis of their existence in the first place, the
[15:49.800 --> 15:57.320]  protection of the individual rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
[15:57.320 --> 16:02.240]  You can't have life when telling a public servant you're not going to do what he wants
[16:02.240 --> 16:06.560]  because you didn't harm anybody or anything, and there's no reason for them to be trying
[16:06.560 --> 16:13.560]  to do what they're trying to do to you, and they kill you.
[16:13.560 --> 16:16.040]  That's a violation of the right to life, folks.
[16:16.040 --> 16:21.080]  The cops are not given the power to be judge, jury, and executioner by any law.
[16:21.080 --> 16:26.480]  They're not given that power by any delegated authority from us and any form of consensual
[16:26.480 --> 16:30.600]  government we've ever created.
[16:30.600 --> 16:35.400]  How big a fool would any man have to be to say, I hereby give you all the power over
[16:35.400 --> 16:41.000]  my life, my livelihood, and my property that you may wish to institute and use in any way
[16:41.000 --> 16:46.080]  whatsoever you feel is necessary to get things done the way you want.
[16:46.080 --> 16:54.000]  What sane individual is going to ever declare that to be the case when they were supposed
[16:54.000 --> 16:57.000]  to be free of that kind of thing to begin with?

[19:58.400 --> 20:03.840]  If the government's entire purpose is to secure the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit
[20:03.840 --> 20:12.800]  of happiness, and their just powers are received from the consent of the government to do those
[20:12.800 --> 20:27.440]  things, how then can they create laws that violate their founding principle of existence?
[20:27.440 --> 20:36.000]  When the government creates or enforces a law in any manner that violates its core principles
[20:36.000 --> 20:43.240]  of existence, then you have a despotic government.
[20:43.240 --> 20:49.240]  There's not even a degree to that because every little despotism eventually mushrooms
[20:49.240 --> 20:55.580]  into a bigger despotism, and we see that day in and day out.
[20:55.580 --> 21:01.520]  We went from the occasional police shooting where a cop would go his entire career and
[21:01.520 --> 21:09.440]  never take his gun out of his holster to a cop clearing that holster at the slightest
[21:09.440 --> 21:17.440]  indication that somebody is going to resist his effort to extort them, to abuse them,
[21:17.440 --> 21:23.440]  to harm them, or just outright kill them.
[21:23.440 --> 21:30.680]  And then being able to get away with it with no punishment whatsoever due to some immunity
[21:30.680 --> 21:36.040]  that never existed until some other part of government created it and established it and
[21:36.040 --> 21:46.840]  now maintains it to see that its armed god dogs aren't able to be gotten rid of.
[21:46.840 --> 21:55.440]  The system has gone into self-protection mode, people, or is that not clear to you yet?
[21:55.440 --> 22:00.640]  It has gone into self-protection mode the way that Skynet did when it created the cyber
[22:00.640 --> 22:07.400]  bores back in Terminator.
[22:07.400 --> 22:08.960]  It has to wipe out the threat.
[22:08.960 --> 22:15.200]  Well, the threat is anyone that isn't part of it.
[22:15.200 --> 22:20.480]  And once it runs out of those that it can control and be subjected to it, it's going
[22:20.480 --> 22:21.480]  to start eating itself.
[22:21.480 --> 22:30.480]  It's not going to have a choice because those who seek power will never get enough of it.
[22:30.480 --> 22:40.040]  And those who are willing to do anything to get that power will never stop at some imaginary
[22:40.040 --> 22:48.640]  line of right and wrong.
[22:48.640 --> 22:54.320]  And that, ladies and gentlemen, is a real problem that this document and the one that
[22:54.320 --> 23:04.200]  followed it was intended to make sure that we, the people, could use as a justifiable
[23:04.200 --> 23:15.640]  basis for taking that power away and holding those that abused that power accountable.
[23:15.640 --> 23:20.880]  But in case you haven't noticed lately, there's not a whole lot of accountability on that
[23:20.880 --> 23:24.880]  side of the aisle.
[23:24.880 --> 23:29.520]  I mean, let's take just for a brief instant a look at the Amber Geiger trial going on in
[23:29.520 --> 23:30.520]  Dallas right now.
[23:30.520 --> 23:37.640]  The female cop that shot the black man in his own apartment when she broke into it through
[23:37.640 --> 23:39.840]  his front door.
[23:39.840 --> 23:50.280]  Now see, here's something that so far I have yet to see anyone address.
[23:50.280 --> 23:57.200]  Anyone if he was home and was not expecting anyone, especially in Dallas and other large
[23:57.200 --> 24:04.240]  cities, I don't know of anyone living in something like an apartment complex that does not automatically
[24:04.240 --> 24:13.960]  lock their doors when they go into that apartment with the intent of being there for a while.
[24:13.960 --> 24:21.200]  I can't remember the last time when I was doing my computer business, I did the home
[24:21.200 --> 24:26.360]  service calls and I would go to homes, I would go to apartments, I would go to dorm rooms
[24:26.360 --> 24:38.960]  on college campuses and I cannot recall a single instance where I knocked on a door
[24:38.960 --> 24:44.520]  and that if the person was not already standing in the door when I got there or opened the
[24:44.520 --> 24:49.560]  door before I could get up to it to knock on it because they saw me coming, I cannot
[24:49.560 --> 24:56.680]  think of a single instance that I did not hear them unlock the door before they opened
[24:56.680 --> 24:59.520]  it.
[24:59.520 --> 25:08.920]  And yet this female cop shows up at this apartment that is not hers and manages to open the door
[25:08.920 --> 25:14.400]  with her own keys.
[25:14.400 --> 25:20.080]  Are you telling me that this apartment complex was so negligent that it literally had apartments
[25:20.080 --> 25:27.160]  in the same building right above and below each other that had the same keying for the
[25:27.160 --> 25:39.240]  locks on their front doors and if you're a cop or anyone else for that matter and you
[25:39.240 --> 25:44.920]  come up to your own front door, your actual own front door and you open it knowing that
[25:44.920 --> 25:53.440]  it shouldn't open because it was locked and you weren't home, why would you stand standing
[25:53.440 --> 26:05.400]  in the front door rather than withdraw, call for backup and then wait.
[26:05.400 --> 26:10.720]  Because if you're in an apartment with the lights off and you suspect someone is broken
[26:10.720 --> 26:19.640]  into your apartment and yet you're going to go in and just fire into the dark at silhouettes
[26:19.640 --> 26:25.040]  that you cannot identify even though you should know where the light switches are if they're
[26:25.040 --> 26:35.440]  anywhere near your front door, you could just reach in and turn it on but you don't.
[26:35.440 --> 26:39.360]  Something stinks to high heaven about all this from the very beginning.
[26:39.360 --> 26:42.600]  Then you have the issue of what the court itself is attempting to do to protect this
[26:42.600 --> 26:44.560]  female cop.
[26:44.560 --> 26:51.680]  The court has allowed the defense to rely upon the castle doctrine which if you don't
[26:51.680 --> 26:59.040]  know what that is, it is a court created doctrine that says a man's home is his castle and
[26:59.040 --> 27:04.240]  he has a right to defend it from an intruder.
[27:04.240 --> 27:11.800]  The problem is this is not her castle, it was his, she was the intruder.
[27:11.800 --> 27:24.000]  So what the court has actually done is attempt to reverse the facts of the case to create
[27:24.000 --> 27:36.840]  a legal protection that this female cop has no legitimate claim to, not her castle.
[27:36.840 --> 27:45.480]  If anyone here had a right to the castle doctrine, it was the guy that's dead.
[27:45.480 --> 27:55.380]  But it sure as hell is not this female cop who for a woman who cries so much while she's
[27:55.380 --> 28:00.440]  giving testimony never gets to run in her makeup because there are no tears coming out
[28:00.440 --> 28:01.440]  of her eyes.
[28:01.440 --> 28:07.320]  In other words, she's a horrible actress.
[28:07.320 --> 28:11.840]  She doesn't even have enough good sense to rub Vaseline under her eyes or rub a lemon

[35:13.840 --> 35:20.840]  As to them, shall see most likely to effect their safety and happiness.
[35:20.840 --> 35:31.840]  There also being the people, not the government, not any one end of the government.
[35:31.840 --> 35:42.840]  So, if the people decided to hold a constitutional convention on their own without anyone currently
[35:42.840 --> 35:47.840]  acting in any government office being allowed to attend, participate in any way, and we
[35:47.840 --> 35:54.840]  establish a new state constitution and a new bill of rights and a new limitation upon the
[35:54.840 --> 36:01.840]  powers of government in the state of Texas, how many guns do you think it would take for
[36:01.840 --> 36:16.840]  the people to institute their new form of government that they have decided is required?
[36:16.840 --> 36:22.840]  Because I guarantee you, even though we are guaranteed the right to do that both in the
[36:22.840 --> 36:34.840]  federal and state documents that we're referring to here, we would have to go to war to remove
[36:34.840 --> 36:43.840]  those who currently hold power because as I have said numerous times on this show, nowhere
[36:43.840 --> 36:53.840]  in the entire history of mankind has any government, any government ever relinquished
[36:53.840 --> 37:00.840]  one iota of power and authority that it has managed to get its hand on regardless of whether
[37:00.840 --> 37:08.840]  it got it legitimately or by force or by fraud or by usurpation.
[37:08.840 --> 37:17.840]  Not once has such a government ever relinquished one bit of that power back to the people without
[37:17.840 --> 37:25.840]  an actual revolutionary war or civil war, not once.
[37:25.840 --> 37:31.840]  You think they're going to go peaceably now when they've got the backing of the U.S. government
[37:31.840 --> 37:38.840]  to help them maintain the power system they've created at every level?
[37:38.840 --> 37:43.840]  No matter what the people of Texas do, those in power are going to refuse to recognize it,
[37:43.840 --> 37:51.840]  even though they have no legitimate authority to refuse to recognize it.
[37:51.840 --> 38:01.840]  But they will absolutely guaranteed they will.
[38:01.840 --> 38:15.840]  So in those circumstances, where do you find your limits?
[38:15.840 --> 38:25.840]  How far are you willing to go based upon what we have in front of us as the founding premise
[38:25.840 --> 38:31.840]  of why we have government in the first place in order to see that the government complies
[38:31.840 --> 38:34.840]  with the limitations we put upon it in the first place?
[38:34.840 --> 38:43.840]  Because it certainly isn't and it certainly isn't going to because every single day they take more
[38:43.840 --> 38:46.840]  for themselves and leave less for us.
[38:46.840 --> 38:56.840]  And then they justify anything they do to keep it, including murder.
[38:56.840 --> 39:03.840]  So what are your limits?
[39:03.840 --> 39:13.840]  Because that turning point has come and gone where it can be done peaceably.
[39:13.840 --> 39:19.840]  I guarantee you it has.
[39:19.840 --> 39:25.840]  This government will never, ever give up the power it has managed to get its hands on.
[39:25.840 --> 39:27.840]  I don't care what state it's in.
[39:27.840 --> 39:29.840]  I don't care what level it's at.
[39:29.840 --> 39:33.840]  It's never going to give it up without a fight.
[39:33.840 --> 39:39.840]  Even though it has no legitimate right to fight us in any way, shape or form,
[39:39.840 --> 39:45.840]  that is exactly what will happen.
[39:45.840 --> 40:02.840]  And that, folks, is why the failure of the people to maintain the balance and power of their government directly themselves
[40:02.840 --> 40:12.840]  will always, always lead to this form of abuse by that very same government.
[40:12.840 --> 40:20.840]  When you take no active hand and participation, participatory role in how your government operates,
[40:20.840 --> 40:23.840]  what it's allowed to do and what it isn't allowed to do.
[40:23.840 --> 40:29.840]  When you don't lend your voice and you don't lend your full support, even to the point of armed support,
[40:29.840 --> 40:37.840]  to prevent the government from doing something it should not do and was never authorized to do,
[40:37.840 --> 40:42.840]  then you don't have any control over your government and you never will.
[40:42.840 --> 40:49.840]  As long as they outnumber us in the willingness to commit acts of violence against us to get their way
[40:49.840 --> 40:57.840]  and we're not willing to do what's necessary to resist it and put it back under our authority and control,
[40:57.840 --> 41:06.840]  this is not going to be a happy ending and it is not going to get better.
[41:06.840 --> 41:21.840]  1984 has been a reality for far longer than most of you would be willing to admit, at least publicly.
[41:21.840 --> 41:39.840]  It's no longer a fiction. It's here, it's been here and it's not going anywhere as long as there are people who are more talk than action
[41:39.840 --> 41:52.840]  and there are people who are more afraid of what the government would do to them rather than what we have the power to do to government if we would just stand together.
[41:52.840 --> 41:56.840]  But then again, how many of us does it take to stand together?
[41:56.840 --> 42:08.840]  Because right now you can go virtually anywhere and you will find more bootlickers than you will find those willing to tell the boots to back off and mind their own business.
[42:08.840 --> 42:17.840]  Because you're not going to just have to fight the government, you're going to have to fight those that support it as is because they are of the mindset that that's how it's supposed to be.
[42:17.840 --> 42:21.840]  And of course, that was planned by the government as well.
[42:21.840 --> 42:29.840]  Get control of the educational system, teach the people that everything they do comes from us instead of the other way around.
[42:29.840 --> 42:45.840]  Once we have enough of the population convinced, then we can put the final pens and nails in and the structure of what we create will be ours to run forever.
[42:45.840 --> 42:48.840]  So what are we going to do about it? When are we going to do something about it?
[42:48.840 --> 42:57.840]  Elections don't work. Your vote doesn't count for anything anymore because you're not the one counting the votes.
[42:57.840 --> 43:04.840]  And it doesn't matter what votes you put in their election machines, they can change it at the flip of a switch to whatever they want.
[43:04.840 --> 43:08.840]  So it doesn't matter. Voting is not the solution.
[43:08.840 --> 43:19.840]  You cannot fix the system from the inside because if you had any sort of impact, you would either be killed or you would be taken out of the system so that your impact no longer was a problem.
[43:19.840 --> 43:25.840]  And they would destroy you to make sure no one would ever listen to you again.
[43:25.840 --> 43:37.840]  And it doesn't even matter that you're right because there are too many people who are too willing to live and believe the lie.
[43:37.840 --> 43:51.840]  Then there are those who are willing to see the truth no matter what the personal cost and no matter how much it violates everything they've believed in up to this point.

[48:45.840 --> 48:54.840]  Well, what is a light and transient cause compared to what we're going through today?
[48:54.840 --> 49:08.840]  Is murder of the people unarmed in their own homes, on the streets, in their cars, who have harmed absolutely no one,
[49:08.840 --> 49:22.840]  sitting on their front porch watering their lawn, and have harmed absolutely no one, and the government kills them.
[49:22.840 --> 49:33.840]  And then the government says that its agent, the murderer, was justified in killing them.
[49:33.840 --> 49:43.840]  Because of some immunity that we the people never consented to, never delegated because we couldn't delegate that which we do not have,
[49:43.840 --> 49:50.840]  we never granted because again we cannot grant a power to do something that we ourselves don't have.
[49:50.840 --> 49:54.840]  Grant and delegate in this case are synonymous.
[49:54.840 --> 50:11.840]  For all intents and purposes they mean exactly the same thing when it comes to authorizing a representative governmental agent to act in our stead.
[50:11.840 --> 50:18.840]  So where do we draw the line?
[50:18.840 --> 50:26.840]  How transient is murder? How transient is locking people up for doing harm to absolutely nobody?
[50:26.840 --> 50:33.840]  How light is locking people up for doing absolutely nothing to nobody?
[50:33.840 --> 50:42.840]  What is transient and light in relation to what we're currently living under?
[50:42.840 --> 50:57.840]  I think we've gone way past light and transient actions by government that would be a viable reason for its dissolution and restructuring and recreation.
[50:57.840 --> 51:12.840]  I think we went way past light and transient a long time ago, but we're still right where we've been.
[51:12.840 --> 51:30.840]  And accordingly all experience has shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
[51:30.840 --> 51:35.840]  That's a very simple phrase to understand if you're actually thinking at all.
[51:35.840 --> 51:56.840]  I'm willing to let you abuse me up to whatever point I can bear it rather than resist you to the point of just getting rid of you entirely and overthrowing you about whatever means necessary I need to do in order to make you stop.
[51:56.840 --> 52:14.840]  Now if you had some guy in school when you were growing up that every day was taking your milk money and beating you up whether you gave it to him or not, is that light and transient?
[52:14.840 --> 52:22.840]  Light and transient to the point that you are willing to continue to suffer rather than do something about it.
[52:22.840 --> 52:39.840]  Is not having milk money every day and going home beaten and bruised every day something that you consider light and transitory enough that you would never resist it to change it the whole time it's going on.
[52:39.840 --> 52:55.840]  Which we know is going to be at least the entire time you're in school and you and the bully are in the same place on the same days because once they get a taste of being able to do it they're not going to stop ever.
[52:55.840 --> 53:04.840]  Not without a life lesson.
[53:04.840 --> 53:25.840]  So why then do we consider the abuses of our current form of government to be light and transient enough that we would continue to allow them to happen day in and day out and we do nothing?
[53:25.840 --> 53:36.840]  We're losing people, strangers, family, friends.
[53:36.840 --> 53:44.840]  At what point does what is happening have to affect you?
[53:44.840 --> 54:10.840]  At what degree of effect does it have to have? Before you understand the principles that this specific document is putting into words specifically so that neither we nor those who we granted power to would ever be able to deny and forget them.
[54:10.840 --> 54:26.840]  Why is the fact that this stuff was written down before the government was even formed not the only authority needed by the government itself to say our agents can't do this?
[54:26.840 --> 54:46.840]  Rather than what they've done which is unless our agents say we can't do this because this is what this actually means then it's not enforceable, it doesn't mean anything and we get to decide whether or not it was violated.
[54:46.840 --> 54:59.840]  If you think the bully gets to make the rules is a solution to the problem of what the bully does you are out of your ever loving frickin' mind.
[54:59.840 --> 55:04.840]  You realize that, right?
[55:04.840 --> 55:32.840]  The bully gets to decide whether or not he's doing something wrong and then he gets to appoint other people to ensure that he can get away with what he's doing and he gets to determine at every turn whether or not what he's doing is justifiable, it's right and he's allowed to do it.
[55:32.840 --> 55:54.840]  You shouldn't even be allowed to vote, you shouldn't be allowed to have a voice in anything because obviously you are one of these people that prefers to be tied down and beaten on a daily basis despite how the rest of us may feel about it.
[55:54.840 --> 56:01.840]  You are governmentally masochistic, you are willing to submit to anything.
[56:01.840 --> 56:17.840]  And then for some odd reason you expect everyone else to have the same taste in government as you do and government abuses as you do.
[56:17.840 --> 56:32.840]  And I have to wonder how it got to this point, though it's not something that requires a lot of introspection to answer.
[56:32.840 --> 56:58.840]  Why do you folks think something like MySpace, Facebook, and all of these other places all came up in such huge numbers at the same time doing all of these things and everything possible to get as many people on it as it could?
[56:58.840 --> 57:21.840]  And then it bombards you with all this information that is formulated like a marketing campaign to alter your perceptions of reality, your acceptance of what they want to call normal or acceptable or whatever.

[57:29.840 --> 57:41.840]  Why would all these platforms that nobody needed, nobody wanted, but suddenly show up and now everybody's convinced they want it?

[01:01:04.840 --> 01:01:24.840]  In recent news, since Governor Greg Abbott signed House Bill 1325 legalizing Hempett attacks his law back in June, county prosecutors around the state, including Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, have been dropping marijuana possession charges and even refusing to file new ones since they are stipulating that they do not have the time or the laboratory equipment to test the herb for THC.
[01:01:24.840 --> 01:01:33.840]  Margaret Moore, the Travis County District Attorney, announced earlier this month that she was dismissing 32 felony possession and delivery of marijuana cases because of the law.
[01:01:33.840 --> 01:01:51.840]  Senator Abbott and other state officials, including the Attorney General, stipulated in a letter to county district attorneys back on Thursday that marijuana has not been decriminalized in Texas and that these actions demonstrate a misunderstanding of how HB 1325 works, as well as other cities, too, like the district attorney.
[01:01:51.840 --> 01:02:13.840]  Also, Kaima Esparza, a Democrat, who also stated earlier this month that the law, quote, will not have an effect on the prosecution of marijuana cases in El Paso. However, the issue was succinctly summarized by Mr. Brandon Ball, an assistant public defender in Harris County, who stated that, quote, the law is constantly changing on what makes something illegal based on its chemical makeup.
[01:02:13.840 --> 01:02:22.840]  It is important that if someone is charged with something, the test matches what they're charged with.
[01:02:22.840 --> 01:02:39.840]  A paper by Tulane University identified a five and a half inch American pocket shark as the first of its kind in the Gulf of Mexico, the specimen being only the second pocket shark ever captured or recorded with the other one being found way back in 1979 in the East Pacific Ocean.
[01:02:39.840 --> 01:02:53.840]  In the newspaper, the shark secretes a lumus fluid from a gland near its front fins. For the purpose, it is hypothesized to lure and prey who may be drawn into the glow.

[01:05:34.840 --> 01:05:45.840]  Or because they want to smoke a cigarette, they have every right to smoke while you're giving them a ticket for that turn signal?
[01:05:45.840 --> 01:05:49.840]  What is a long train of abuses and usurpations?
[01:05:49.840 --> 01:05:53.840]  Is there a certain length of time that makes it long?
[01:05:53.840 --> 01:06:06.840]  Is there a certain kind of abuse or usurpation that it has to occur in order to be added to that long train, however long it may actually have to be?

[01:06:10.840 --> 01:06:23.840]  What's the current body count? From officer involved murders, I mean shootings, just this year and we're still only three quarters of the way through the year.

[01:06:29.840 --> 01:06:41.840]  How many and of what time to what degree does it actually take to constitute a long train of abuses and usurpations?

[01:06:46.840 --> 01:07:15.840]  You have political figures, public servants who lie to the people outright, lie to our faces, commit high crimes and misdemeanors, commit murder, fraud, theft, every day, all over.

[01:07:19.840 --> 01:07:24.840]  Does long train mean a certain number of these types of things must occur?

[01:07:32.840 --> 01:07:42.840]  Let's go back to the school buddy. He's been taking your milk money for a year now. Is that a long train of usurpations and abuses because it's been a year?
[01:07:42.840 --> 01:07:58.840]  Why wasn't a week enough? Why wasn't two weeks enough? Why wasn't a month enough for it to be considered a long train of usurpations and abuses?

[01:08:55.840 --> 01:09:05.840]  It doesn't mean you have the right to resist us. It doesn't mean that you have the right to throw us out of office. It doesn't mean you have the right to arm rebellion.
[01:09:05.840 --> 01:09:15.840]  Sounds a little bit self-interested in that response, does it not?
[01:09:15.840 --> 01:09:30.840]  When the bully gets to decide what the rules of conduct mean, then the bully's power is limitless.

[01:09:38.840 --> 01:09:48.840]  Because it does not matter what question you pose to the bully about his limitations or his authority.
[01:09:48.840 --> 01:10:00.840]  As long as he gets to determine what that is, he's never wrong. And as long as he is never wrong, you are never right.

[01:11:48.840 --> 01:12:03.840]  Because you cannot turn on your radio, your TV, or your Facebook page and not see it going on. Hear it going on.
[01:12:03.840 --> 01:12:17.840]  Have it flood your eyes and your ears every single day. Day in, day out, week after week, month after month, year after year.
[01:12:17.840 --> 01:12:26.840]  At what point does it become a long train of abuses and usurpations?
[01:12:26.840 --> 01:12:43.840]  At what point does it become an object designed ideal to implement despotic government upon Americans?
[01:12:43.840 --> 01:12:59.840]  And why are we so incapable as a people of understanding and recognizing it for what it is?
[01:12:59.840 --> 01:13:13.840]  I have a hard time understanding the mindset of a lot of the people that I have to give into these discussions, debates, and outright arguments with on these social media about the way that they view things.
[01:13:13.840 --> 01:13:25.840]  You go to any cop-oriented page on Facebook and you say anything at all, no matter how factual, how verifiable, how irrefutable.
[01:13:25.840 --> 01:13:44.840]  And in less than five minutes you will be attacked for whatever you said, you will be threatened for whatever you said by someone who absolutely supports everything that's being done no matter how bad, how wrong, and how despotic.
[01:13:44.840 --> 01:14:03.840]  Why? Because those that they're taught to give the power to and to trust in having that power are infallible in their eyes. They can do no wrong. They can never be wrong.
[01:14:03.840 --> 01:14:19.840]  And that is a mindset that is frightening because those are the people that both sides of the aisle, your defense attorney and the prosecution are going to try to ensure wind up on your jury.
[01:14:19.840 --> 01:14:37.840]  In any case, who are a government actor is the one you're having to go against. Think about that because it's a verifiable fact.
[01:14:37.840 --> 01:15:06.840]  Those are the people they want sitting in that jury box judging your actions or judging the officer's actions or the employee's actions because in their eyes of those jurors, those people can never do anything wrong simply because they are closed with the power of government.
[01:15:06.840 --> 01:15:25.840]  And you wonder how we got here because we chose not to speak up. We chose not to use our voices. We chose not to act.
[01:15:25.840 --> 01:15:50.840]  It's like an infected body part, people. The infection 99 times out of 100 is not going to go away by itself. If it's bad enough, it's only going to get worse till you either lose whatever part of your body it's in and has affected or you die.
[01:15:50.840 --> 01:16:19.840]  And right now the American system of government is poisoned in its entirety. The whole system is gangrenous. You can't fight it with antibiotics. You can't even fight it with amputation anymore. It's too widespread. It's too far gone.
[01:16:19.840 --> 01:16:42.840]  It's time to kill the patient because if you don't, the patient kills everybody and everything.
[01:16:42.840 --> 01:16:53.840]  We can't fix this from the inside. We can't fix this in any sort of reasonable, peaceable manner because they haven't left us any option to do it.
