[00:00.000 --> 00:05.840] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdowns, providing the Delhi
[00:05.840 --> 00:13.480] bulletins for the Commodities Market, Today's History, News Updates, and the Inside Scoot
[00:13.480 --> 00:21.280] into the Tides of the Alternative.
[00:21.280 --> 00:27.480] Markets for Wednesday, the 6th of February, 2019, open with gold at $1,313.70 an ounce,
[00:27.480 --> 00:34.960] silver at $15.77 an ounce, copper at $2.83 an ounce, oil at Texas Crude at $3.66 a barrel,
[00:34.960 --> 00:40.280] Brent Crude at $61.98 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market capitalization, Bitcoin
[00:40.280 --> 00:54.040] at $3,401.64, Ripple at XRP at $0.29, Ethereum at $10.10, and Eos at $2.32 a crypto coin.
[00:54.040 --> 00:59.640] Today's History, the year 1918, British women over the age of 30 who meet minimum property
[00:59.640 --> 01:04.560] qualifications get the right to vote when the representation of the People Act of 1918
[01:04.560 --> 01:09.560]  was passed by parliament.
[01:09.560 --> 01:14.240] In recent news, several Texas-based organizations filed a lawsuit today requesting that a federal
[01:14.240 --> 01:19.000] court stop the state from flagging about 95,000 people as potentially illegally registered
[01:19.000 --> 01:20.000]  to vote.
[01:20.000 --> 01:25.280] This was compiled after an 11-month-long investigation by the Office of the Texas Secretary of State
[01:25.280 --> 01:30.040] and the Texas Department of Public Safety, which sought to identify non-U.S. citizens
[01:30.040 --> 01:33.360] who were registered to vote when obtaining age-orbitage license.
[01:33.360 --> 01:37.080]  Over half of the 95,000 didn't devote, it seems.
[01:37.080 --> 01:41.080] However, further controversy was raised when it became clear that some of the names were
[01:41.080 --> 01:45.280] not in fact belonging to those who were non-citizens and registered.
[01:45.280 --> 01:50.880] Apparently around 25% of all Latino immigrants become naturalized, gaining the right to vote.
[01:50.880 --> 01:55.240] Registered voters who receive letters querying their citizenship have 30 days to respond
[01:55.240 --> 01:57.080]  with proof of eligibility.
[01:57.080 --> 02:01.240] Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and David Whitley, the Texas Secretary of State, have
[02:01.240 --> 02:09.000] yet to officially comment regarding this list and any updates pertaining to it.
[02:09.000 --> 02:14.400] A Texas man of only 24 years old, William Brown, died from a severed artery in his neck after
[02:14.400 --> 02:16.960] a vape pen exploded while he was using it.
[02:16.960 --> 02:20.680] It apparently happened in the parking lot of the vape shop where he got it.
[02:20.680 --> 02:24.280] An x-ray revealed that a piece of metal was embedded in his brainstem.
[02:24.280 --> 02:30.480] The vape store, Smoke and Vape DZ, has refused to comment.
[02:30.480 --> 02:35.240] First edition anchorwoman, Kristen Diaz, interviewed Aislin Campbell, the executive director of
[02:35.240 --> 02:40.200] Grow Local, South Texas, concerning the upcoming Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association
[02:40.200 --> 02:44.600] Conference, which will be taking place at the Corpus Christi Omni Hotel from February
[02:44.600 --> 02:47.480]  14th to 16th, 6 to 9 p.m.
[02:47.480 --> 02:51.280] You can find the interview at kiitv.com.
[02:51.280 --> 03:21.200] This is Ruth Rhodey with your lowdown for February 6th, 2019.
[03:21.200 --> 03:49.680] All right folks, good evening, this is a Monday night rule of law radio show, your host Eddie
[03:49.680 --> 03:50.680]  Craig.
[03:50.680 --> 03:58.240] This is March 11th, 2019, we are rolling live tonight, we are not a rerun.
[03:58.240 --> 04:02.480] That being said, I'm going to go ahead and open the phones up for folks that want to start
[04:02.480 --> 04:05.360] getting in line to make a call.
[04:05.360 --> 04:09.360] And I'm not going to go into a diet tribe or anything the night if I can avoid it.
[04:09.360 --> 04:14.120] If we get some callers here quick, I won't have to do that, but while I'm waiting on
[04:14.120 --> 04:20.600] that to happen, I just want to make a couple things clear to folks out there.
[04:20.600 --> 04:25.520] That's the fact that we put all of our time and effort into trying to do what we do here
[04:25.520 --> 04:30.720] to bring information to you folks about what is being done behind your back without your
[04:30.720 --> 04:37.600] knowledge or right in front of you, but being made to appear to be valid when in fact it
[04:37.600 --> 04:40.880]  is not.
[04:40.880 --> 04:48.320] That's a full time job, unlike legislators and the attorneys that work in the legislature
[04:48.320 --> 04:54.520] and subdivide us and subject us to their way of wanting to do things instead of how we the
[04:54.520 --> 04:57.280] people set it up to work.
[04:57.280 --> 05:04.680] We don't have other occupations to bring money into us to keep us going.
[05:04.680 --> 05:11.800] All of our time and efforts and everything is dedicated to doing the things that nobody
[05:11.800 --> 05:14.360]  else is doing.
[05:14.360 --> 05:19.520] And that eats into a regular work day like you would not believe.
[05:19.520 --> 05:25.920] Because by the time you find all the places where you have to go and who you have to talk
[05:25.920 --> 05:31.120] to and the things you have to read to connect all of the dots that we bring to you on these
[05:31.120 --> 05:35.560] shows, the day is coming gone.
[05:35.560 --> 05:39.920] And that's just the beginning of when we have to do it.
[05:39.920 --> 05:43.680] Because not only do we have to find what we can find today, but we have to augment it
[05:43.680 --> 05:47.400] tomorrow and we have to match it up to other stuff the day after that.
[05:47.400 --> 05:51.080] And then we've got to try to put it all together in an overall picture so we can see how it
[05:51.080 --> 05:52.800]  attaches to everything else.
[05:52.800 --> 05:54.440] It just goes on and on and on.
[05:54.440 --> 05:56.720]  It's a never ending process.
[05:56.720 --> 06:03.520] And the fact that they murk it up and change it every two years doesn't make it any simpler.
[06:03.520 --> 06:11.640] There's also the aspect of when legislation is enacted that it takes action over different
[06:11.640 --> 06:14.720] time frames for that next two years.
[06:14.720 --> 06:20.360] So it changes every few months whether the legislature is in session or not because they
[06:20.360 --> 06:24.720] set it to begin on such and such date or this such and such date.
[06:24.720 --> 06:29.320] So all through the course of that two years, even though they're not doing anything, the
[06:29.320 --> 06:33.880] laws they wrote are kicking in at various points in time.
[06:33.880 --> 06:37.640] Which means that not only are we looking at what effect it's having right now, but we've
[06:37.640 --> 06:42.240] got to start looking at all the things that it's going to do when it takes effect in say
[06:42.240 --> 06:47.680] June or when it kicks in in September 1st, et cetera, et cetera.
[06:47.680 --> 06:55.640] This all takes time and effort that keeps us from doing things in a normal way compared
[06:55.640 --> 06:59.440] to others when it comes to a regular work schedule and so on and so forth.
[06:59.440 --> 07:02.400] If we didn't, we could not bring this information to you.
[07:02.400 --> 07:08.600] It's really that simple because we would not have the time to dedicate to finding it out.
[07:08.600 --> 07:12.880] If you've ever tried to look this stuff up yourself and figure it out, then you know full
[07:12.880 --> 07:15.480] well that what I'm saying is true.
[07:15.480 --> 07:20.360] Because you know how long it took you to find even the simplest and smallest amount of information
[07:20.360 --> 07:27.680] about something that you really wanted to know about and then to figure out how it actually
[07:27.680 --> 07:34.240] worked, how it came to be or what it was doing when it came to be, it's just something you're
[07:34.240 --> 07:39.200] not going to do in one single sitting without all of the people involved in it sitting here
[07:39.200 --> 07:41.320] and showing you everything up front.
[07:41.320 --> 07:44.800] When you have to figure it out for yourself, it's a job.
[07:44.800 --> 07:48.200]  It's a full-time job.
[07:48.200 --> 07:55.000] That being said, folks, we can't keep doing that without your help.
[07:55.000 --> 07:57.960] I know I'm getting to where I have to say this far too often.
[07:57.960 --> 08:03.520] I try to avoid the fundraising side of the network even though it's a very important
[08:03.520 --> 08:04.520]  side.
[08:04.520 --> 08:05.520]  Why?
[08:05.520 --> 08:07.880] Because I'm not here for the money.
[08:07.880 --> 08:10.960]  I'm not here because there's a steady paycheck in it.
[08:10.960 --> 08:12.040]  That would be nice.
[08:12.040 --> 08:13.960] Do not get me wrong.
[08:13.960 --> 08:16.400]  But that's not why I'm here.
[08:16.400 --> 08:18.960]  Doesn't mean I don't need it.
[08:18.960 --> 08:24.960] It just means it is not my motivation, okay?
[08:24.960 --> 08:28.680] If money were my motivation, I would have stayed doing the things I was doing where
[08:28.680 --> 08:32.760]  I made $300 plus thousand dollars a year.
[08:32.760 --> 08:33.760]  But I don't.
[08:33.760 --> 08:38.720] It ain't like I've got a big bankroll sitting underneath me to keep living off of because
[08:38.720 --> 08:41.560]  I also don't.
[08:41.560 --> 08:47.920] We do what we do here because we care about how it affects us and how it affects you just
[08:47.920 --> 08:50.360]  as it affects us.
[08:50.360 --> 08:54.600] The benefit of knowing what's being done to us gives us the added benefit of knowing
[08:54.600 --> 09:00.520] what's being done to you and allows us to bring that information to bear and make you
[09:00.520 --> 09:07.840] aware of it faster and more easily than you might have ever been able to do on your own.
[09:07.840 --> 09:16.240] But we need your support to be able to keep doing that, okay?
[09:16.240 --> 09:19.520] Me and my dog are now sharing the same food bowl, okay?
[09:19.520 --> 09:23.600] That's how bad things are getting around here with everything that's not happening
[09:23.600 --> 09:25.440]  finance-wise.
[09:25.440 --> 09:30.640] We need to get some help, folks, and you are the ones we have to look to for that.
[09:30.640 --> 09:36.000] So if you want to keep us going and keep what we're doing available, we need your financial
[09:36.000 --> 09:40.040] support more than you can possibly realize, okay?
[09:40.040 --> 09:42.760]  I know it's tough for everybody.
[09:42.760 --> 09:47.320] But believe me when I tell you that without you guys, there's nothing that comes into
[09:47.320 --> 09:48.320]  this.
[09:48.320 --> 09:53.880] There's lots of folks that I try to help but not everybody and most, in fact, can or will
[09:53.880 --> 09:56.560] pay me for the work that I do.
[09:56.560 --> 10:03.000] There are those who do and there are those who donate regularly, but that's a small amount
[10:03.000 --> 10:06.920] compared to what's needed to live on every month.
[10:06.920 --> 10:09.960] It just is and they can't do it by themselves.
[10:09.960 --> 10:12.600] They're not any better off than anybody else in that regard.
[10:12.600 --> 10:17.160] But they're doing what they can and I greatly appreciate that, okay?
[10:17.160 --> 10:23.960] But that being said, it takes a village in this case or there ain't going to be a village
[10:23.960 --> 10:26.520] and that's just all there is to it.
[10:26.520 --> 10:34.160] Now the legislature being in session or having been in session, things have gone really south
[10:34.160 --> 10:37.720] here in Texas with the way they've done some things.
[10:37.720 --> 10:41.640] The more reading I'm doing, the more upset I'm becoming by the stuff they have tried
[10:41.640 --> 10:46.360] to sneak by us and the changes and revisions they have made to certain laws.
[10:46.360 --> 10:53.440] And it is, to say the very least, a good indicator that civil war is just around the corner.
[10:53.440 --> 10:59.760] Because the stuff they are trying to pull is fixing to become the last straw.
[10:59.760 --> 11:01.080]  Believe me, it is.
[11:01.080 --> 11:08.360] If it's not, then we've become a lot more docile society than I would have ever thought possible
[11:08.360 --> 11:16.520] of Americans who think that freedom is something to be had and maintained.
[11:16.520 --> 11:25.000] Because nothing that we've been doing for the last few decades is representative of freedom.
[11:25.000 --> 11:26.560]  Nothing.
[11:26.560 --> 11:29.240]  And that, folks, is a problem.
[11:29.240 --> 11:34.160] Okay, that being said, we now have a caller up on the board.
[11:34.160 --> 11:36.280]  It says Bird Douglas.
[11:36.280 --> 11:38.520]  I don't know if that's a name or a place.
[11:38.520 --> 11:41.120] Bird, what can we do for you?
[11:41.120 --> 11:42.280]  That's actually my name.
[11:42.280 --> 11:43.960]  My last name's Bird.
[11:43.960 --> 11:45.200]  Well, all right.
[11:45.200 --> 11:46.200] What can we do for you?
[11:46.200 --> 11:48.800] Are you calling from Douglas, Texas?
[11:48.800 --> 11:51.920]  No, I'm calling from Indiana, actually.
[11:51.920 --> 11:52.920]  Oh, okay.
[11:52.920 --> 11:53.920]  All right.
[11:53.920 --> 11:56.920] So the Douglas is your first name?
[11:56.920 --> 11:57.920]  Yes.
[11:57.920 --> 11:58.920]  Okay.
[11:58.920 --> 11:59.920]  All right.
[11:59.920 --> 12:00.920]  Okay.
[12:00.920 --> 12:01.920] What can we do for you?
[12:01.920 --> 12:02.920]  Well, okay.
[12:02.920 --> 12:09.240] In Indiana, of course, they have the stupid seatbelt law.
[12:09.240 --> 12:16.400] And part of that seatbelt law, the first sentence actually is a medical exemption.
[12:16.400 --> 12:19.960]  I'm a disabled veteran.
[12:19.960 --> 12:26.720] And my doctor wrote the fucking paperwork to fill them out for the medical exemption.
[12:26.720 --> 12:33.080] Well, I got pulled over for not wearing it, and the cop, well, I'd ignored it, said there
[12:33.080 --> 12:34.080]  wasn't enough such things.
[12:34.080 --> 12:35.080]  So give me a ticket.
[12:35.080 --> 12:36.080]  Okay.
[12:36.080 --> 12:37.080]  No big deal.
[12:37.080 --> 12:41.000] We'll just go to court and figure it out.
[12:41.000 --> 12:47.200] Well, the day of my court, I suffer from severe chronic migraines.
[12:47.200 --> 12:49.200]  That's one of my issues.
[12:49.200 --> 12:50.480]  I had one of those migraines.
[12:50.480 --> 12:52.480]  I didn't make it to court.
[12:52.480 --> 13:00.440] But the day after, I filed a motion for a new trial and a motion to dismiss, and I asked
[13:00.440 --> 13:04.840] the court clerk to set the motion for trial.
[13:04.840 --> 13:10.920] And she looked at me like I was stupid and said, all I can do is just mark your received
[13:10.920 --> 13:12.480]  and trial it.
[13:12.480 --> 13:16.000] I told her, no, you got to set it for trial.
[13:16.000 --> 13:20.880] It won't be properly before the court if you don't set it for trial.
[13:20.880 --> 13:29.400] Roundabout way, I got tired of listening to her crap, and she filed it, and I left.
[13:29.400 --> 13:35.480] I called a couple days later and asked her, again, if it was going to set it for trial.
[13:35.480 --> 13:41.320] And she put me on hold for about 10 minutes, and she came back and said, well, the prosecutor's
[13:41.320 --> 13:44.120] not willing to dismiss it.
[13:44.120 --> 13:49.080] I said, well, I don't know what the prosecutor's willing to dismiss it up to the prosecutor.
[13:49.080 --> 13:51.120] I want my motion set for trial.
[13:51.120 --> 13:52.120]  Wait a minute.
[13:52.120 --> 13:55.000] The prosecutor was saying he wanted to dismiss it?
[13:55.000 --> 13:57.000]  No.
[13:57.000 --> 13:59.920] She came back and told me that she couldn't get a hold of the judge.
[13:59.920 --> 14:08.720] She talked to the prosecutor, and the prosecutor is unwilling to dismiss the claim, the motion.
[14:08.720 --> 14:10.640]  I said it's not up to the prosecutor.
[14:10.640 --> 14:13.000] I don't care if he wants to dismiss it or not.
[14:13.000 --> 14:14.560]  It's the judge's decision.
[14:14.560 --> 14:18.240]  Well, that's not exactly true.
[14:18.240 --> 14:23.400] The prosecutor must request, since it's an independent office from the court.
[14:23.400 --> 14:26.600] The court cannot take control of the case.
[14:26.600 --> 14:30.240] The court's job is that of referee, not coach.
[14:30.240 --> 14:31.240]  Yes.
[14:31.240 --> 14:32.240]  Okay?
[14:32.240 --> 14:38.040] So the prosecutor is the one that determines whether or not a case should be dismissed
[14:38.040 --> 14:41.480] and whether or not to ask for such a dismissal.
[14:41.480 --> 14:46.800] But the thing is, is that you have an affirmative defense in the law that you should be filing
[14:46.800 --> 14:53.160] a motion demanding the dismissal for, that you had the medical exemption, that the medical
[14:53.160 --> 14:59.560] exemption was shown to the officer, and the officer maliciously attempts, is attempting
[14:59.560 --> 15:06.360] to prosecute you anyway, and that the prosecutor is working in concert and collusion with the
[15:06.360 --> 15:12.600] police officer to illegally prosecute a case for which there is specific law making an
[15:12.600 --> 15:13.600]  exemption.
[15:13.600 --> 15:14.600]  Okay?
[15:14.600 --> 15:15.600]  Okay.
[15:15.600 --> 15:23.560] Well, and that also makes the prosecutor guilty of malicious prosecution.
[15:23.560 --> 15:26.000] You see how that works?
[15:26.000 --> 15:27.000]  Yes.
[15:27.000 --> 15:28.920]  Yes, it still works.
[15:28.920 --> 15:29.920]  Okay.
[15:29.920 --> 15:34.120]  Should I file a motion to correct error or just a non-motion?
[15:34.120 --> 15:41.440] No, it's a motion to dismiss, say or to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
[15:41.440 --> 15:42.440]  It can be granted.
[15:42.440 --> 15:43.440]  Yeah.
[15:43.440 --> 15:44.440]  No criminal conduct exists.
[15:44.440 --> 15:51.880] Specific exemption exists under statute such and such regarding medical exemption for the
[15:51.880 --> 15:57.160] wearing of a seat belt in the prescribed manner, or at all.
[15:57.160 --> 16:02.720] Said officer, the only witness in this case, was made fully aware of said medical exemption
[16:02.720 --> 16:07.960] signed by a newly licensed doctor in the state of blah, blah, blah.
[16:07.960 --> 16:13.760] The officer chose to ignore the written statement from the doctor saying that the wearing of
[16:13.760 --> 16:20.320] a seat belt was medically prohibited, okay?
[16:20.320 --> 16:27.680] Said officer refused to acknowledge said medical waiver and proceeded to issue a citation
[16:27.680 --> 16:32.000] and initiate a cause of action in violation of the rights of the accused and the laws
[16:32.000 --> 16:34.080]  of the state of.
[16:34.080 --> 16:35.640]  Okay?
[16:35.640 --> 16:40.720] The prosecution is deemed to be fully aware of the exemption and yet has chosen not to
[16:40.720 --> 16:45.480] dismiss the case based upon the facts and the evidence to maliciously prosecute the accused
[16:45.480 --> 16:46.480]  regardless.
[16:46.480 --> 16:47.480]  Hang on just a second.
[16:47.480 --> 16:48.480] Let me take this break.
[16:48.480 --> 16:49.480]  We'll finish this up.
[16:49.480 --> 16:50.480]  Okay.
[16:50.480 --> 16:51.480]  Okay.
[16:51.480 --> 17:04.480] Rule of law radio is proud to offer the rule of law traffic seminar.
[17:04.480 --> 17:07.960] In today's America, we live in an us against them society and if we the people are ever

[17:12.320 --> 17:15.360] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act
[17:15.360 --> 17:19.400] in our own private capacity and most importantly, the right to due process of law.

[18:19.640 --> 18:25.440] civil rights statute, what to do when contacted by phones, mail or court summons, how to answer
[18:25.440 --> 18:30.040] letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit report, how to turn the
[18:30.040 --> 18:34.240] financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away.
[18:34.240 --> 18:39.080] The Michael Mearris proven method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.

[18:57.720 --> 19:04.720] To learn how to stop debt collectors next.
[19:27.720 --> 19:41.760] Alright folks, we are back.
[19:41.760 --> 19:43.480] This is rule of law radio.
[19:43.480 --> 19:50.360] The calling number is 512-646-1984 if you want to call in with a question and get in
[19:50.360 --> 19:51.360]  line.
[19:51.360 --> 19:54.160] That being said, let's get back to Mr. Byrd.
[19:54.160 --> 20:00.760] Okay, now as the prosecution is refusing to dismiss the case for which he knows no actual
[20:00.760 --> 20:06.080] offense has been committed due to the medical waiver exemption, the prosecution is hereby
[20:06.080 --> 20:14.320] accused of malicious prosecution in an attempt to perpetrate fraud upon the court and harm
[20:14.320 --> 20:15.320]  the accused.
[20:15.320 --> 20:16.320]  Okay?
[20:16.320 --> 20:17.320]  Okay.
[20:17.320 --> 20:22.880] In other words, beat the crap out of him with the book.
[20:22.880 --> 20:27.080] Yeah, see where you're going with that, yeah.
[20:27.080 --> 20:38.520] Yeah, I just wondering how to handle it because my intent was to do pretty much what you're
[20:38.520 --> 20:39.520]  saying.
[20:39.520 --> 20:41.760] Well, I pretty much wrote it for you right there.
[20:41.760 --> 20:46.080] All you got to do is find the specific statutory stuff to back it all up which shouldn't be
[20:46.080 --> 20:48.880] difficult and go from there.
[20:48.880 --> 20:50.960]  There you go.
[20:50.960 --> 20:54.320] Well, shouldn't take long to type that up either.
[20:54.320 --> 20:57.080]  Okay, I appreciate the help.
[20:57.080 --> 20:58.080]  Thanks a lot.
[20:58.080 --> 20:59.080]  Yes, sir.
[20:59.080 --> 21:00.080]  Thanks for calling in.
[21:00.080 --> 21:01.080]  Yeah.
[21:01.080 --> 21:02.080]  All right.
[21:02.080 --> 21:06.360] Well, that was my only caller for the moment.
[21:06.360 --> 21:12.920] Now, folks, had I not spent the last few years doing all the things that I've done by reading,
[21:12.920 --> 21:17.440] studying and helping people with these types of situations, I could not sit in this chair
[21:17.440 --> 21:23.680] on this show and off the top of my head provide the information I just provided to that caller.
[21:23.680 --> 21:28.000] I would have no clue how to do any of that and neither would he.
[21:28.000 --> 21:30.640] He would have no one to call to ask that question.
[21:30.640 --> 21:35.760] He would have no source to go to to try and get the answer that he needed on how to deal
[21:35.760 --> 21:38.080]  with the situation he's in.
[21:38.080 --> 21:40.080]  Okay.
[21:40.080 --> 21:45.280] That right there is exactly the kind of thing I'm talking about, the type of thing that
[21:45.280 --> 21:49.280] we are here to help you with.
[21:49.280 --> 21:54.160] That's why we need you just like you guys need us.
[21:54.160 --> 21:59.920] You may not always have a case to fight, but you know where you can go to get help with
[21:59.920 --> 22:04.160] it if you ever wind up in a position where you must.
[22:04.160 --> 22:10.080] For those of you that have taken on the choice of fighting back on a regular basis, you need
[22:10.080 --> 22:12.800]  us quite often and that's okay.
[22:12.800 --> 22:17.680] In case you haven't listened to this show before, I get calls from the same people over
[22:17.680 --> 22:21.920] and over and over again on different cases every time they're calling in.
[22:21.920 --> 22:26.480] Sometimes it's the same case, sometimes it's a new case, but it's because they have taken
[22:26.480 --> 22:28.880] the information they have learned from us.
[22:28.880 --> 22:33.720] They have applied it to their particular state and then they have learned that we are telling
[22:33.720 --> 22:41.160] them factual information that proves a fraud is being committed upon them and they have
[22:41.160 --> 22:49.280] decided not to simply sit by and let it happen and have started fighting back, but they are
[22:49.280 --> 22:50.440]  new to it.
[22:50.440 --> 22:58.280] They are learning and we are light years ahead of everyone else out there on providing information
[22:58.280 --> 23:05.720] in an already predigested form that allows them to do something that they would not be
[23:05.720 --> 23:13.160] able to do at all on their own due to a lack of information and discernment on what's actually
[23:13.160 --> 23:14.160]  happening.
[23:14.160 --> 23:19.800] They wouldn't be able to do it without us and thus the other side would keep winning.
[23:19.800 --> 23:24.880] The other side keeps winning and keeps subjugating us further and further and lowering our rights
[23:24.880 --> 23:30.800] down to whatever level they think they should be allowed to be exercised rather than us being
[23:30.800 --> 23:36.280] able to look at them and say, back off, it is not within your power to limit my right
[23:36.280 --> 23:40.240]  to do anything, period.
[23:40.240 --> 23:47.840] If I'm not harming someone else or their property, you should never be talking to me about anything,
[23:47.840 --> 23:56.800] period, but right now we have gone from a nation of no one ever met a government official
[23:56.800 --> 24:03.360] in their life to you can't get those SOBs out of your life on a daily basis with a stick
[24:03.360 --> 24:11.520] or a gun because they're in everything and that, ladies and gentlemen, we have the attorneys
[24:11.520 --> 24:19.400] to think and the bar associations to think and the subversion of the American justice
[24:19.400 --> 24:27.440] system and the government in every branch and level being infiltrated and then taken
[24:27.440 --> 24:32.360] control of by those people.
[24:32.360 --> 24:37.960] Believe me, they're not here to help us or do us any favors.
[24:37.960 --> 24:39.520]  They're just not.
[24:39.520 --> 24:46.600] The dumbest person about law you will ever find is someone with a JD because the only
[24:46.600 --> 24:50.560] thing they're caring about at the end of the day is the bottom line on what their bank
[24:50.560 --> 24:57.080] account holds or whose property they managed to get signed over to them today as a way
[24:57.080 --> 25:03.120] of making sure that their bills got paid.
[25:03.120 --> 25:04.680] They don't care about you and me.
[25:04.680 --> 25:08.760] They have no skin in this game because they can turn around and walk away after pocketing
[25:08.760 --> 25:15.880] the money any time they want and you can't do a thing to get it back.
[25:15.880 --> 25:20.440] If you think the people out there arguing that we don't know what we're talking about
[25:20.440 --> 25:26.640] are right, then I challenge you to put them face to face with us and let them stand on
[25:26.640 --> 25:33.040] the law that they have, that we have, and see which one of us is reading it correctly
[25:33.040 --> 25:36.080] because I can tell you one thing about attorneys.
[25:36.080 --> 25:39.720] It is very rare that they will read the actual law.
[25:39.720 --> 25:45.200] They will listen to someone else's interpretation and opinion about it but they won't ever go
[25:45.200 --> 25:47.120]  actually read it.
[25:47.120 --> 25:51.160] I have proven this time and time again.
[25:51.160 --> 25:56.680] I can prove most of the court opinions on a given subject are dead frickin' wrong because
[25:56.680 --> 26:04.240] they are not an interpretation consistent with the ideals and principles of either the Constitution
[26:04.240 --> 26:11.240] or the limitations upon the laws that the legislature may enact in the first place.
[26:11.240 --> 26:16.040] And it comes to those rights under the Constitution.
[26:16.040 --> 26:19.360] So given that, you folks need us.
[26:19.360 --> 26:21.320] We need to be here.
[26:21.320 --> 26:27.960] Somebody needs to be doing this job and right now we're the only ones out here.
[26:27.960 --> 26:35.760] I have people telling me on a regular basis that they cannot find another source of information
[26:35.760 --> 26:38.680] as trustworthy as that that we provide.
[26:38.680 --> 26:39.680]  Why?
[26:39.680 --> 26:46.560] Well, most of the information that is out there is put out by people that are demonstrably
[26:46.560 --> 26:50.600] incorrect in their understanding and comprehension of what they're talking about in the first
[26:50.600 --> 26:54.440]  place, attorneys included.
[26:54.440 --> 27:00.960] These people that are out there teaching law to people are teaching their idea of law,
[27:00.960 --> 27:02.720]  not the law.
[27:02.720 --> 27:06.440] They're not teaching any of the principles of law that this country was supposed to be
[27:06.440 --> 27:14.320] founded on, they're teaching what they think is a way to make everyone else pay them for
[27:14.320 --> 27:16.200]  the information.
[27:16.200 --> 27:21.560] Now we don't want you to have to pay us for the information, okay?
[27:21.560 --> 27:25.360] We're here giving you the information for free.
[27:25.360 --> 27:30.800] But the thing about it is, is that well we'll run dry if we can't feed ourselves and pay
[27:30.800 --> 27:33.880]  the bills while we're doing it.
[27:33.880 --> 27:39.840] And that's where we need your help, always.
[27:39.840 --> 27:45.560] Times are hard, but I'm telling you, around here they are worse than hard.
[27:45.560 --> 27:51.480] And if y'all don't help us, this is dwindling down to the end of days for us on being able
[27:51.480 --> 27:56.240] to run this network and do what we're doing because we just don't have the funding to
[27:56.240 --> 27:59.840] keep it all going without you.
[27:59.840 --> 28:06.000] No one here is sitting on a trust fund, okay?
[28:06.000 --> 28:11.680] Now all that being said, I want you to understand that when I get hard on people, especially
[28:11.680 --> 28:19.040] people that I call the patronuts, it's not out of my dislike for humanity or people in
[28:19.040 --> 28:25.280]  general, but I don't like liars, I don't like con artists, and I don't like people who are
[28:25.280 --> 28:29.040]  intentionally stupid, okay?
[28:29.040 --> 28:32.360] That just gets all over me like a bad rash.
[28:32.360 --> 28:40.960] When you have the ability to get the stuff right and you choose not to because it's easier,
[28:40.960 --> 28:47.760] it's simpler, it doesn't require as much from you to do it that way because you don't have
[28:47.760 --> 28:53.880] to make any sacrifice for what you're doing.
[28:53.880 --> 28:59.480] Or you don't care who you hurt and you don't care as long as you get money what they do
[28:59.480 --> 29:01.880] with what you tell them, right or wrong.
[29:01.880 --> 29:05.040] Well, the thing is we do care.
[29:05.040 --> 29:07.800] We do try to give you correct information.
[29:07.800 --> 29:14.640] We do this by not only showing you exactly where we got it from, but we show you the
[29:14.640 --> 29:22.800] stuff that we rely upon to prove that our understanding of it is actually correct.
[29:22.800 --> 29:29.480] Not just our opinion, but is actually correct.
[29:29.480 --> 29:36.560] And I will tell you that there are not many of these so-called gurus out there that do
[29:36.560 --> 29:39.280]  that.
[29:39.280 --> 29:42.120]  There just aren't, okay?
[29:42.120 --> 29:47.000] So you can take that at whatever value you want, but if you think we're doing something
[29:47.000 --> 29:51.760] good then please, please help us out because we really need it.
[29:51.760 --> 29:54.200] All right, that being said, we're going to take a break.
[29:54.200 --> 29:59.320] Y'all hang on, we will be right back.
[29:59.320 --> 30:02.560]  Pressure.
[30:02.560 --> 30:07.800] We usually associate it with stress and negativity, but sometimes a bit of pressure can be healing.
[30:07.800 --> 30:11.240] Under Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back to tell you how conditions like nausea
[30:11.240 --> 30:16.000] can be cured using the traditional Chinese therapy known as acupressure.
[30:16.000 --> 30:17.960]  Privacy is under attack.
[30:17.960 --> 30:21.560] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[30:21.560 --> 30:26.320] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:26.320 --> 30:31.480] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[30:31.480 --> 30:34.080]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[30:34.080 --> 30:38.400] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[30:38.400 --> 30:41.880] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[30:41.880 --> 30:45.640]  Start over with StartPage.
[30:45.640 --> 30:49.880] Acupressure is an ancient practice that uses finger or hand pressure to cure everything
[30:49.880 --> 30:52.040]  from headaches to constipation.
[30:52.040 --> 30:55.440] The pressure is applied to points known as meridians that are believed to control the
[30:55.440 --> 30:57.680] flow of energy in the human body.
[30:57.680 --> 31:01.880] Acupressure offers a simple cure for nausea you might try the next time you get a queasy
[31:01.880 --> 31:04.680] stomach or a case of motion sickness.
[31:04.680 --> 31:07.880] Simply apply moderate pressure to the point known as P6.
[31:07.880 --> 31:12.320] You'll find it on the inside of your wrist about two fingers width down from your palm.
[31:12.320 --> 31:17.280] Placing pressure on the P6 point works on the same principle as those pricey anti-nausea
[31:17.280 --> 31:21.680] wristbands, but this relief is free and always on hand.
[31:21.680 --> 31:30.600] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[31:30.600 --> 31:35.960] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[31:35.960 --> 31:38.000] The government says the fire brought it down.
[31:38.000 --> 31:43.040] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[31:43.040 --> 31:47.000] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives to thousands of my fellow
[31:47.000 --> 31:48.440]  force responders of time.
[31:48.440 --> 31:52.280]  I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I'm a structural engineer, I'm a New York City correctional,
[31:52.280 --> 31:57.000] I'm an Air Force pilot, I'm a father who lost his son, we're Americans and we deserve
[31:57.000 --> 31:58.000]  the truth.
[31:58.000 --> 32:00.200]  Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[32:00.200 --> 32:03.160] Hey, it's Danny here for Hill Country Home Improvements.
[32:03.160 --> 32:06.120] Did your home receive hail or wind damage from the recent storms?
[32:06.120 --> 32:09.800] Come on, we all know the government caused it with their chemtrails, but good luck getting
[32:09.800 --> 32:10.800] them to pay for it.
[32:10.800 --> 32:14.400] Okay, I might be kidding about the chemtrails, but I'm serious about your roof.
[32:14.400 --> 32:18.240] That's why you have insurance and Hill Country Home Improvements can handle the claim for
[32:18.240 --> 32:23.480] you with little to no out-of-pocket expense, and we accept Bitcoin as a multi-year A-plus
[32:23.480 --> 32:26.600] member of the Better Business Bureau with zero complaints.
[32:26.600 --> 32:30.960] You can trust Hill Country Home Improvements to handle your claim and your roof right the
[32:30.960 --> 32:31.960]  first time.
[32:31.960 --> 32:40.680] Just call 512-992-8745 or go to hillcountryhomeimprovements.com, mention the crypto show and get $100 off,
[32:40.680 --> 32:45.320] and we'll donate another $100 to the Logos Radio Network to help continue this programming.
[32:45.320 --> 32:50.440] So if those out-of-town roofers come knocking, your door should be locked in.
[32:50.440 --> 32:56.520]  That's 512-992-8745 or hillcountryhomeimprovements.com.
[32:56.520 --> 32:58.400] Discounts are based on full roof replacement.
[32:58.400 --> 33:27.400]  I mean, I actually be kidding about chemtrails.
[33:27.400 --> 33:29.560] All right, folks, we are back.
[33:29.560 --> 33:36.760] This is Rule of Law Radio, the call-in number 512-646-1984, if you want to call in and ask
[33:36.760 --> 33:39.400]  a question, make a comment, whatever.
[33:39.400 --> 33:50.880] Okay, now, some of the things that I have been going through relating to federal lawsuits
[33:50.880 --> 33:55.040] and things of that nature.
[33:55.040 --> 34:00.800] In case you didn't know, the United States Supreme Court expanded the power of the U.S.
[34:00.800 --> 34:07.720] Border Patrol beyond the power given to it by law by declaring that the Border Patrol
[34:07.720 --> 34:15.840] could operate inland border checkpoints, which is an oxymoron considering that inland has
[34:15.840 --> 34:24.120] no border, okay, hence calling it a border checkpoint is idiocy.
[34:24.120 --> 34:35.240] Second problem is, is the United States Supreme Court appears, and I say appears, advisedly,
[34:35.240 --> 34:41.240] to have given Border Patrol a power to operate within the states themselves that they do
[34:41.240 --> 34:47.680] not have under any law, including state law.
[34:47.680 --> 34:55.560] Here in Texas, United States Border Patrol is not categorized as a peace officer or even
[34:55.560 --> 35:00.000] a law enforcement officer under Texas law.
[35:00.000 --> 35:05.320] Texas law is also very clear that Border Patrol does not have the power to operate within
[35:05.320 --> 35:12.560] the state of Texas except under certain specific provisions and through specific measures they
[35:12.560 --> 35:18.040] must take in doing their job if they're doing it within the territorial boundaries of the
[35:18.040 --> 35:20.240]  state of Texas.
[35:20.240 --> 35:24.120] Now that is the way it's supposed to work.
[35:24.120 --> 35:27.840] The federal government doesn't have the power to do whatever it wants within the territorial
[35:27.840 --> 35:32.840] boundaries of the states it never has at, and it never will have unless they buy it
[35:32.840 --> 35:41.040] from the states like they've been doing, okay, but the fact remains that Texas has set limits
[35:41.040 --> 35:48.400] upon how the federal government can do what it does as far as Border Patrol is concerned.
[35:48.400 --> 35:55.640] Now when Border Patrol arrests someone in Texas that is not an illegal alien, Border
[35:55.640 --> 36:02.480] Patrol is required by Texas law to officially contact the local authorities and inform them
[36:02.480 --> 36:10.520] of the arrest and request that the local authorities send someone to pick up the prisoner and they
[36:10.520 --> 36:15.960]  do a prisoner transfer, okay?
[36:15.960 --> 36:27.640] When that does not happen, Border Patrol is operating outside of any published law.
[36:27.640 --> 36:34.960] I can't find a single law federal or state that authorizes them to do the things they
[36:34.960 --> 36:41.800] have done in relation to several of the cases they've been involved in, including the one
[36:41.800 --> 36:44.680]  I'm working on.
[36:44.680 --> 36:50.920] Now why these arguments, in case you didn't hear about it, the pastor Stephen Anderson
[36:50.920 --> 36:58.960] that got beat up by Border Patrol here a few years ago when he was traveling through Arizona,
[36:58.960 --> 37:05.120] which is where he lives, and Border Patrol not only arrested him, but I mean beat him
[37:05.120 --> 37:11.280] bloody getting him out of his car and afterwards, and he sued him for it.
[37:11.280 --> 37:19.440] And believe it or not, a federal judge threw the lawsuit out, not because the lawsuit was
[37:19.440 --> 37:31.640] wrong, not because the agency followed the law, but the judge kicked it out because of
[37:31.640 --> 37:38.600] the Supreme Court ruling that says they can do what they did on Inland Border Checkpoints
[37:38.600 --> 37:42.560] and thus they have qualified immunity.
[37:42.560 --> 37:52.600] Now I can't find the complete complaint on any of the freely accessible websites, so
[37:52.600 --> 38:01.160] I haven't seen the actual complaint filed by Pastor Anderson's attorney in this case
[38:01.160 --> 38:03.960]  for the federal court.
[38:03.960 --> 38:13.880] But using the excuse of qualified immunity where none exists in the law and instead exists
[38:13.880 --> 38:21.240] in the form of policy or court opinion that does not consider the law is a violation of
[38:21.240 --> 38:24.480] the separation of powers in my book.
[38:24.480 --> 38:32.960] It is the court writing law on its own to give a power to a federal agency that no federal
[38:32.960 --> 38:43.080] law gives them or can give them under the provisions of the Constitution period because
[38:43.080 --> 38:55.220] remember that the Constitution does not give the federal government immigration authority.
[38:55.220 --> 39:02.880] You do not find the word immigration in the federal Constitution anywhere.
[39:02.880 --> 39:07.800] What you find is the word naturalization.
[39:07.800 --> 39:14.280] They can naturalize foreigners to the United States, but they do not have any constitutionally
[39:14.280 --> 39:19.400] delegated authority relating to immigration.
[39:19.400 --> 39:30.440] Now the U.S. being the melting pot that it is and being comprised almost well not almost
[39:30.440 --> 39:40.400] entirely of immigrants of one form or another from some other country for the most part,
[39:40.400 --> 39:47.920] immigration would be something that has never been an issue in America or at least on the
[39:47.920 --> 39:52.960] American continent to anyone but the Indians anyway.
[39:52.960 --> 40:00.120] So where did the federal government suddenly get a power to do something within the territories
[40:00.120 --> 40:07.440] of the states that no federal law authorizes them to do, no constitutional provision authorizes
[40:07.440 --> 40:13.720] them to do, nor does it authorize their parent agency, the Department of Homeland Security
[40:13.720 --> 40:23.640] and naturalization and such to do the things they are doing.
[40:23.640 --> 40:26.080] Where did they get it?
[40:26.080 --> 40:32.760] We go back to something I said a segment ago and that is that everything that is being
[40:32.760 --> 40:38.120] done to undermine the Constitution and the laws and rights of the people of this country
[40:38.120 --> 40:45.280] is being done by the courts and the attorneys, every single thing.
[40:45.280 --> 40:51.680] The courts and the courts alone are the ones who are declaring what the law really means,
[40:51.680 --> 40:55.360] what it actually does, what it does or doesn't say.
[40:55.360 --> 41:01.280] They are expanding it or they are contracting it depending upon whose side of the equation
[41:01.280 --> 41:10.720] the change best serves as far as the service always being favored to government over the
[41:10.720 --> 41:14.720] people and that again is treason.
[41:14.720 --> 41:19.760] It is sedition of the highest order.
[41:19.760 --> 41:26.560] It's treason because it endangers the lies and property of the very people who gave them
[41:26.560 --> 41:30.520] any office to hold in the first place.
[41:30.520 --> 41:33.960] It is treason because it undermines the Constitution.
[41:33.960 --> 41:41.120] It is a waging of war against constitutional fundamentals, principles, and limitations
[41:41.120 --> 41:43.120]  by the very actors.
[41:43.120 --> 41:49.360] It was designed and written to restrain.
[41:49.360 --> 41:58.640] So when the Constitution says waging war against it, it isn't talking about just a war with
[41:58.640 --> 42:00.760]  arms.
[42:00.760 --> 42:07.640] It is talking about any manner, terrorism or otherwise, by which you attempt to alter
[42:07.640 --> 42:16.000] the very foundation of government to make yourself the one in charge over the limitations
[42:16.000 --> 42:19.960]  of the individual people.
[42:19.960 --> 42:24.680] And the courts and the attorneys have taken power from every other branch of government
[42:24.680 --> 42:33.000] and done their best to centralize it in the courts and in the prosecutors and in the legislatures
[42:33.000 --> 42:41.080] controlled by attorneys, not by the people.
[42:41.080 --> 42:50.440] You and I are being slowly but surely completely disenfranchised of having any form of control
[42:50.440 --> 42:53.680]  over our government.
[42:53.680 --> 43:00.040] In fact, we're at a point now where control of these people is completely off the table.
[43:00.040 --> 43:04.280] They're going to do what they want whenever they want for as long as they want because
[43:04.280 --> 43:10.640] they can control how the elections are counted, how the votes are tallied, whose favorite
[43:10.640 --> 43:18.000] will be in and whose favorite won't be in at any level, federal, state, or local.
[43:18.000 --> 43:20.560] They run it all now.
[43:20.560 --> 43:25.440] So no matter how upset you are, they're going to show you a piece of paper that says you
[43:25.440 --> 43:33.520] were outvoted and so you got to take it the way it's coming, greased or ungreased, okay?
[43:33.520 --> 43:36.800] And that, ladies and gentlemen, is where you find yourself.
[43:36.800 --> 43:39.360] And you didn't even know it for the most part.
[43:39.360 --> 43:43.560] You may have suspected it, you may have not liked what you saw happening, but you got
[43:43.560 --> 43:49.000] no way of knowing exactly who, where, when, and how it came to be.
[43:49.000 --> 43:50.760]  And that's what we do.
[43:50.760 --> 43:54.960] We bring that information to you and that's why we need you and you need us.

[46:25.040 --> 46:37.760] This is the longest I've ever been on this show and never had callers on the board before.
[46:37.760 --> 46:40.880] It'd be nice to even know if anybody's out there right now.
[46:40.880 --> 46:43.760] We know there was one guy, but that was almost an hour ago.
[46:43.760 --> 46:46.280]  Where's the rest of you?
[46:46.280 --> 46:48.160] This is getting depressing here.
[46:48.160 --> 46:49.160]  Okay.
[46:49.160 --> 46:51.640]  Ah, well, looky there.
[46:51.640 --> 46:53.320] Somebody popped up on the board.
[46:53.320 --> 46:55.320] This here would be Pat in Texas.
[46:55.320 --> 46:56.320]  Howdy, Pat.
[46:56.320 --> 46:57.320] What can we do for you?
[46:57.320 --> 46:58.320]  Hi, it's Metta.
[46:58.320 --> 46:59.320]  Hi, Metta.
[46:59.320 --> 47:05.880] You know, one of the things I've noticed about boiler patrol, and even in that case where
[47:05.880 --> 47:13.000] they stopped half back in November, is they're out, they're roving patrols are doing preemptive
[47:13.000 --> 47:14.000]  stops.
[47:14.000 --> 47:20.160] They're saying, oh, those cars are suspicious, they stop the cars, and then they do a search.
[47:20.160 --> 47:25.160] They're looking for drugs, they're looking for whatever, not illegal, but for drugs and
[47:25.160 --> 47:28.160] everything, which is not their charter.
[47:28.160 --> 47:34.440] Yeah, but the thing about it is, what are they using as the basis to say the car is suspicious,
[47:34.440 --> 47:36.440] just as going down the road?
[47:36.440 --> 47:39.040]  Where's their probable cause?
[47:39.040 --> 47:43.400] They're not, and you know you're not going to get any traction with the DA and stuff
[47:43.400 --> 47:45.440] because they all get a cut of the pie.
[47:45.440 --> 47:46.440]  What is it called?
[47:46.440 --> 47:47.440]  Oh, asset forfeiture.
[47:47.440 --> 47:49.940]  Thank you, Joe Biden.
[47:49.940 --> 47:54.480] You were Senator in 1983 for giving us asset forfeiture.
[47:54.480 --> 47:59.760] Yeah, just another one of those unconstitutional things that somebody should have been hung
[47:59.760 --> 48:03.120] for the moment that the bill hit the table.
[48:03.120 --> 48:07.760] See, that's something every constitution needs to have teeth put in for.
[48:07.760 --> 48:14.440] If a representative puts a bill before the legislature that violates any constitutional
[48:14.440 --> 48:19.920] principle or provision whatsoever, not only is he immediately disbarred from the legislative
[48:19.920 --> 48:26.600] legislature, but everything he's done is now disbarred.
[48:26.600 --> 48:31.120] And he shall never hold another public office, and he should get fined everything he owns
[48:31.120 --> 48:32.120]  for it.
[48:32.120 --> 48:38.880] What I don't understand, like I said, Joe Biden put this together, he's the architect
[48:38.880 --> 48:39.880]  back in 1983.
[48:39.880 --> 48:40.880]  Why is it not?
[48:40.880 --> 48:45.120] Ten bucks says Joe Biden didn't put that together.
[48:45.120 --> 48:48.520] Joe Biden's not bright enough to put that together.
[48:48.520 --> 48:53.040] They put it together for him, and got him to put it up and say it was him.
[48:53.040 --> 48:59.000] Well, probably, how many times have we heard, well, I didn't read the bill before I voted
[48:59.000 --> 49:00.000]  on it.
[49:00.000 --> 49:03.080] Well, or before I submitted to be voted on.
[49:03.080 --> 49:05.240]  I wrote it, but I didn't read it.
[49:05.240 --> 49:07.240]  How's that possible?
[49:07.240 --> 49:15.160] Yeah, well, I'm ready to say, you know something, the one thing that gets me is one of the excuses
[49:15.160 --> 49:23.640] they like to use is the constitutional free zone, which we both know there's nothing, there's
[49:23.640 --> 49:29.800] no federal law and no state law signed into effect with the enabling act.
[49:29.800 --> 49:33.760] So to me, it's just a lie, but I got a good one for you.
[49:33.760 --> 49:39.200] You know, on that incident on TAP, I went ahead and filed a congressional inquiry.
[49:39.200 --> 49:47.200] And then, of course, after about a month or so, I wrote a young lady in Del Rio who works
[49:47.200 --> 49:54.280] for our congress critter, and asked her what the heck is going on, you know, I haven't
[49:54.280 --> 49:56.800] heard anything, and she said, well, it's because of the shutdown.
[49:56.800 --> 49:59.800] Now, remember, they got it back in November.
[49:59.800 --> 50:07.320] The shutdown was 22 December, and so I wrote again, not long ago, saying, okay, you know,
[50:07.320 --> 50:12.600] the shutdown's been gone for a while, what's going on, and she gets a response, she writes
[50:12.600 --> 50:18.400] to find out what's the status, and she gets a response back saying that because of the
[50:18.400 --> 50:26.720] shutdown, they're real far behind, and it's the trusted traveler program, which has absolutely
[50:26.720 --> 50:34.920] nothing to do with our case or inquiry, because that deals with TSA, that deals with airlines,
[50:34.920 --> 50:43.920] buses, it has nothing to do with a private automobile, going down a public thoroughfare
[50:43.920 --> 50:48.120]  in local motion.
[50:48.120 --> 50:53.120] I mean, and I wrote it back and told her, I told her it wasn't her because I ran through
[50:53.120 --> 50:54.120]  it in a minute.
[50:54.120 --> 50:58.280] I said it was just a lie that I know it's coming because the trusted traveler program
[50:58.280 --> 51:01.920] has absolutely nothing to do with us.
[51:01.920 --> 51:09.920] And I basically said, I'm not going to wait for the white wash lies that are coming.
[51:09.920 --> 51:16.920]  Well, that's one thing they're really good at.
[51:16.920 --> 51:22.920] It is, because they're not going to do an honest congressional inquiry.
[51:22.920 --> 51:25.920] They're not going to do an honest investigation.
[51:25.920 --> 51:27.920]  It's all platitudes.
[51:27.920 --> 51:34.920] And I got wrote her and told her, past affidavit and things, about 95% done.
[51:34.920 --> 51:36.920]  There's a few more things.
[51:36.920 --> 51:42.920] And there's been a few people reviewing it that have their own stuff that provided more
[51:42.920 --> 51:48.920] information that we didn't know that's been added to it, laws and stuff.
[51:48.920 --> 51:55.920] And to include, I guess, our county attorney and our county judge for not doing their job
[51:55.920 --> 52:01.920] when an open commissioner court said they're not going to do anything, even after Tyler
[52:01.920 --> 52:09.920] told them that Cleveland threatened to have his people shoot him and or his family for
[52:09.920 --> 52:14.920] not giving up his property rights.
[52:14.920 --> 52:22.920] Well, welcome to the world of which I speak.
[52:22.920 --> 52:28.920] When the criminals have taken control of the prison, then there's no justice to be found
[52:28.920 --> 52:30.920]  on the inside.
[52:30.920 --> 52:33.920] You know, what worries me is my car.
[52:33.920 --> 52:35.920] You know, right now it's in the shop.
[52:35.920 --> 52:37.920]  It's getting a new transmission.
[52:37.920 --> 52:41.920] A lot of people in town are going, you know, when you're talking, the county I live in
[52:41.920 --> 52:44.920]  has, what, 935 people in it?
[52:44.920 --> 52:47.920]  You know, so it's not like it's a big place.
[52:47.920 --> 52:54.920] And a lot of people have stopped in at Steve's automotive shop there in town and have been
[52:54.920 --> 52:56.920] making comments about my car.
[52:56.920 --> 53:01.920] And my worry is, because it is an old car, it's unique, you know, you don't see too many
[53:01.920 --> 53:06.920] passports on the road these days, that I'm going to be traveling home and boy patrol
[53:06.920 --> 53:16.920] or one of the deputies is going to stop the car and try to do asset forfeiture.
[53:16.920 --> 53:20.920]  Well, that wouldn't surprise me.
[53:20.920 --> 53:28.920] But this is one of the reasons why I tell people if you can have the means to do it,
[53:28.920 --> 53:32.920] you need to start making sure that you've got audio and video recording going everywhere
[53:32.920 --> 53:34.920] you are all the time.
[53:34.920 --> 53:42.920] And cars are actually, they're simple enough to rig up where it's got cameras and audio
[53:42.920 --> 53:50.920] and all that stuff and you can actually stream the video that it's copying or recording to
[53:50.920 --> 53:56.920] your phone or to a laptop or anything in the car, even a lockable thing in the trunk if
[53:56.920 --> 53:58.920]  you want.
[53:58.920 --> 54:04.920] But the biggest problem you all have is out where you are is there's no way to upload it
[54:04.920 --> 54:06.920]  as you're recording it.
[54:06.920 --> 54:12.920] So it's all local and it's very easy for them to destroy that way.
[54:12.920 --> 54:19.920] Well, right now, he too is our sheriff and he is not liked.
[54:19.920 --> 54:25.920] As a matter of fact, another deputy quit, so it's just down to him and Benicomo.
[54:25.920 --> 54:31.920] And I'm waiting to see what's going to happen to him because a young lady who was working
[54:31.920 --> 54:35.920] for the propane company, you know, she got fired.
[54:35.920 --> 54:40.920] They couldn't prove it, but all indication is that she stole about 10,000 gallons of
[54:40.920 --> 54:42.920]  propane.
[54:42.920 --> 54:50.920] But they have her on the digital camera video recording there at the propane shop showing
[54:50.920 --> 54:55.920] her messing with the tanks and stealing propane, even though she's been fired and doesn't
[54:55.920 --> 54:56.920]  work there anymore.
[54:56.920 --> 54:59.920] And the sheriff has refused to do anything.
[54:59.920 --> 55:06.920] Well, then Selena made a phone call to the railroad commission claiming that Barry does
[55:06.920 --> 55:10.920] not have the certifications to run the propane truck.
[55:10.920 --> 55:15.920] And the guy was unhappy because he had to go from Austin to Midland to pick up another
[55:15.920 --> 55:16.920]  guy and come down.
[55:16.920 --> 55:21.920] And Barry opens his wallet and lays certification after certification after certification out
[55:21.920 --> 55:24.920] showing that he had all the proper certifications.
[55:24.920 --> 55:29.920] And they took a copy of the video because they showed where not only did she make a false
[55:29.920 --> 55:32.920] report, but she's been stealing propane and the sheriff won't do anything.
[55:32.920 --> 55:37.920] So they took a copy of it and we'll see if there's going to be problems for that sheriff
[55:37.920 --> 55:41.920] because he picks and choose what laws he was enforced.
[55:41.920 --> 55:48.920] Now, I like the idea that he tore up a speeding ticket, but one of the deputies.
[55:48.920 --> 55:53.920] But the reason he's not doing it because it was the right thing to do is because he
[55:53.920 --> 55:58.920] wanted somebody and wasn't going to, you know, didn't want him to have a ticket.
[55:58.920 --> 56:02.920]  That's where the last deputy quit.
[56:02.920 --> 56:05.920]  So out here, it's interesting.
[56:05.920 --> 56:11.920] Even our county prosecutor, he owns a piece of property down five mile road.
[56:11.920 --> 56:14.920] However, he lives in Chicago.
[56:14.920 --> 56:19.920] That's where his lawyer practice is, law practice is.
[56:19.920 --> 56:23.920] And yet he claims to, he doesn't reside here.
[56:23.920 --> 56:29.920] He just comes here for the meetings and stuff and has that property down five mile.
[56:29.920 --> 56:32.920] Yeah, which is not his permanent homestead.
[56:32.920 --> 56:37.920]  Nope.
[56:37.920 --> 56:42.920] If you read Black Law dictionary, when you fill out the paperwork, it says you have to
[56:42.920 --> 56:44.920]  reside in the county.
[56:44.920 --> 56:51.920] You have to maintain a resident and the element of reside is to be present and he is not present.
[56:51.920 --> 56:55.920] Well, but the other problem with reside is it's temporary.
[56:55.920 --> 56:59.920] That's the difference between domicile and reside.
[56:59.920 --> 57:02.920]  A residence by definition is temporary.
[57:02.920 --> 57:06.920]  It's not a permanent abode.
[57:06.920 --> 57:13.920] And so when they put the term reside into the law for that, they're opening the door
[57:13.920 --> 57:14.920] for that kind of stuff.
[57:14.920 --> 57:17.920] And these attorneys don't know what reside means.
[57:17.920 --> 57:23.920] I've got an entire article dealing with the case law, the law definitions and everything
[57:23.920 --> 57:28.920] between domicile and reside upon my legal blog.
[57:28.920 --> 57:32.920] There's an entire article up there dedicated to that subject.
[57:32.920 --> 57:40.920] And there is absolutely no way to imply permanence in reside.
[57:40.920 --> 57:46.920] Well, I know why they did the word resident instead of domicile because the court case,
[57:46.920 --> 57:52.920] it was a Texas court case, says you do not have to give the same consideration to someone
[57:52.920 --> 57:57.920] who has a resident versus someone who has a domicile.
[57:57.920 --> 57:58.920]  Right.
[57:58.920 --> 58:03.920] But at the same time, the residence should be what disqualifies you from holding public
[58:03.920 --> 58:06.920] office, not what makes it possible.
[58:06.920 --> 58:12.920] And the way they've written the law, it's what's making it possible right now.
[58:12.920 --> 58:13.920]  Okay.
[58:13.920 --> 58:16.920]  Here's the music and I'm going to hang up.
[58:16.920 --> 58:17.920]  Okay.
[58:17.920 --> 58:18.920]  Bye-bye.
[58:18.920 --> 58:19.920]  Bye-bye.
[58:19.920 --> 58:20.920]  Thanks for calling me.
[58:20.920 --> 58:22.920]  All right, folks.
[58:22.920 --> 58:28.920] This is Rule of Law Radio, the calling number 512-646-1984.
[58:28.920 --> 58:30.920] We've got an hour left in this show.
[58:30.920 --> 58:31.920]  Caller board is empty.
[58:31.920 --> 58:35.920] I'm starting to feel like, except on occasion, I am talking the thin air here, but I hope
[58:35.920 --> 58:36.920]  I'm wrong.
[58:36.920 --> 59:05.920] We all hang on, folks, and we will be right back after the break.
[59:06.920 --> 59:08.920]  Enter the recovery version.
[59:08.920 --> 59:15.000] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more
[59:15.000 --> 59:18.720]  than 9,000 explanatory footnotes.
[59:18.720 --> 59:23.680] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance
[59:23.680 --> 59:28.400] into the riches of the word beyond which you've ever experienced before.
[59:28.400 --> 59:33.560] Bibles for America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking.
[59:33.560 --> 59:44.000] This comprehensive yet compact study Bible is yours just by calling us toll-free at 1-888-551-0102

[01:00:12.000 --> 01:00:21.440]  Now, let's get started.
[01:00:21.440 --> 01:00:27.640] Markets for Wednesday, the 6th of February, 2019, opened with gold at $1,313.70 an ounce,
[01:00:27.640 --> 01:00:35.680] silver $15.77 an ounce, copper $2.83 an ounce, oil, Texas crude $3.66 a barrel, Brent crude
[01:00:35.680 --> 01:00:41.880] $61.98 a barrel, and cryptos in order of market capitalization, Bitcoin $3,401.00.
[01:00:41.880 --> 01:00:51.880]  Ripple, XRP $0.29, Ethereum $10.10 and EOS is at $2.32 a crypto coin.
[01:00:51.880 --> 01:00:59.840] Tign History, the year 1918, British women over the age of 30 who meet minimum property
[01:00:59.840 --> 01:01:04.760] qualifications get the right to vote when the representation of the People Act of 1918
[01:01:04.760 --> 01:01:09.760] was passed by Parliament to date in history.
[01:01:09.760 --> 01:01:14.400] In recent news, several Texas-based organizations filed a lawsuit today requesting that a federal
[01:01:14.400 --> 01:01:19.160] court stop the state from flagging about 95,000 people as potentially illegally registered
[01:01:19.160 --> 01:01:20.160]  to vote.
[01:01:20.160 --> 01:01:24.840] The list was compiled after an 11-month-long investigation by the Office of the Texas Secretary
[01:01:24.840 --> 01:01:29.720] of State and the Texas Department of Public Safety, which sought to identify non-U.S.
[01:01:29.720 --> 01:01:33.560] citizens who were registered to vote when obtaining age of arbitrage license.
[01:01:33.560 --> 01:01:37.280] Over half of the 95,000 did indeed vote, it seems.
[01:01:37.280 --> 01:01:41.280] However, further controversy was raised when it became clear that some of the names were
[01:01:41.280 --> 01:01:45.400] not in fact belonging to those who were non-citizens and registered.
[01:01:45.400 --> 01:01:51.040] Apparently, around 25% of all Latino immigrants become naturalized, gaining the right to vote.
[01:01:51.040 --> 01:01:55.400] Registered voters who receive letters querying their citizenship have 30 days to respond
[01:01:55.400 --> 01:01:57.200]  with proof of eligibility.
[01:01:57.200 --> 01:02:01.400] Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and David Whitley, the Texas Secretary of State, have
[01:02:01.400 --> 01:02:09.160] yet to officially comment regarding this list and any updates pertaining to it.
[01:02:09.160 --> 01:02:14.560] A Texas man of only 24 years old, William Brown, died from a severed artery in his neck after
[01:02:14.560 --> 01:02:17.080] a vape pen exploded while he was using it.
[01:02:17.080 --> 01:02:20.840] It apparently happened in the parking lot of the vape shop where he got it.
[01:02:20.840 --> 01:02:24.400] An X-ray revealed that a piece of metal was embedded in his brainstem.
[01:02:24.400 --> 01:02:30.600] The vape store's smoke and vape DZ has refused to comment.
[01:02:30.600 --> 01:02:35.440] First edition anchorwoman, Kristen Diaz, interviewed Aislin Campbell, the executive director of
[01:02:35.440 --> 01:02:40.360] Grow Local, South Texas, concerning the upcoming Texas Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association
[01:02:40.360 --> 01:02:44.840] conference, which will be taking place at the Corpus Christi Omni Hotel from February
[01:02:44.840 --> 01:02:47.640]  14th to 16th, 6 to 9 p.m.
[01:02:47.640 --> 01:02:51.440] You can find the interview at kiiitv.com.
[01:02:51.440 --> 01:03:01.440] This is Rick Rody with your lowdown for February 6th, 2019.
[01:03:21.440 --> 01:03:49.120] All right, folks, we are back.
[01:03:49.120 --> 01:03:55.800] This is Rural of Law Radio, calling number 512-646-1984.
[01:03:55.800 --> 01:03:59.360] We finally got some callers up on the board here now, which is cool.
[01:03:59.360 --> 01:04:00.720]  I like that.
[01:04:00.720 --> 01:04:04.280] Right now, first one up appears to be Joanna in South Carolina.
[01:04:04.280 --> 01:04:06.480] Joanna, what can we do for you?
[01:04:06.480 --> 01:04:07.480]  Hello?
[01:04:07.480 --> 01:04:10.880]  Hello, am I on the air?
[01:04:10.880 --> 01:04:12.880]  You are, but you don't sound like a Joanna.
[01:04:12.880 --> 01:04:17.040]  No, I don't know how you got a Joanna there either.
[01:04:17.040 --> 01:04:21.280] I've called into Randy's show once already, but not this show.
[01:04:21.280 --> 01:04:23.720]  I'm sorry about the mislabeling, though.
[01:04:23.720 --> 01:04:25.720]  Well, okay.
[01:04:25.720 --> 01:04:28.960] Okay, Eddie, I'm pleased to talk to you.
[01:04:28.960 --> 01:04:37.760] I heard you first on Alex Jones' show several years ago, and your information has assisted
[01:04:37.760 --> 01:04:41.800] me in dealing with DMV in a different state.
[01:04:41.800 --> 01:04:44.240] That was successful, and I appreciate that.
[01:04:44.240 --> 01:04:45.240]  Yes, I'm glad to help.
[01:04:45.240 --> 01:04:47.240]  Glad to help.
[01:04:47.240 --> 01:04:48.240]  Yes, sir.
[01:04:48.240 --> 01:04:49.240]  Thank you.
[01:04:49.240 --> 01:04:56.200] I've listened to most, I think, every podcast you and Randy have done in 2018, 2017, and
[01:04:56.200 --> 01:04:59.720]  most of, or some of, 2016.
[01:04:59.720 --> 01:05:06.760] I downloaded them and listened to them, and I find them informative.
[01:05:06.760 --> 01:05:17.040] My direct question today would be, I'm trying to find the commercial link for the DMV in
[01:05:17.040 --> 01:05:23.080] the South Carolina, and I've heard you talking with different people, and I know sometimes
[01:05:23.080 --> 01:05:28.920] it aggravates you, I guess, but I think I'm one of them dummies, because I've spent four
[01:05:28.920 --> 01:05:33.000] days in the law library digging, making notes.
[01:05:33.000 --> 01:05:41.160] I got to the point, I was making so many notes, I started taking pictures of pages, and I'm
[01:05:41.160 --> 01:05:50.520] unable to find some of the things you refer to, and I had some research online for a few
[01:05:50.520 --> 01:05:53.680] years before I even went to the law library.
[01:05:53.680 --> 01:05:59.840] The part where you're saying there is a, if I'm understanding you correct, I understood
[01:05:59.840 --> 01:06:09.600] you to say there's like a Motor Vehicle Reformation Act, or a consolidation of statutes, or something
[01:06:09.600 --> 01:06:14.200] of that nature, and you gave different times.
[01:06:14.200 --> 01:06:18.680] I think you said it was either in somewhere in the 90s.
[01:06:18.680 --> 01:06:19.680] Maybe you can help me out.
[01:06:19.680 --> 01:06:24.480] It depends on what subject we're talking about.
[01:06:24.480 --> 01:06:32.600] What has occurred is in the 60s, every state legislature created a statutory revision committee
[01:06:32.600 --> 01:06:35.960]  in the 60s.
[01:06:35.960 --> 01:06:39.880]  Every state's got one.
[01:06:39.880 --> 01:06:45.600] Since those statutory revision committees were created, their sole job is to sit quietly
[01:06:45.600 --> 01:06:52.880] in the background and figure out how to rewrite statutory enactments to remove any indication
[01:06:52.880 --> 01:07:02.320] of their commercial nature, or supposedly to rewrite them so that they're not unconstitutional.
[01:07:02.320 --> 01:07:09.160] In reality, when you actually read what they're changing behind the scenes, it isn't to make
[01:07:09.160 --> 01:07:10.660]  it constitutional.
[01:07:10.660 --> 01:07:14.400] It's to hide what it really applies to.
[01:07:14.400 --> 01:07:19.240] That's problem number one, but every state did that in the 60s.
[01:07:19.240 --> 01:07:27.160] There are times in the 60s, but in the 60s, Texas, for instance, did it in 1963.
[01:07:27.160 --> 01:07:36.680] Now, instead of just looking at the statutes, which is not the actual law, you need to look
[01:07:36.680 --> 01:07:40.840] at the actual legislative bill.
[01:07:40.840 --> 01:07:47.320] Have you read your state constitution, and all of how the legislature of your state
[01:07:47.320 --> 01:07:49.760] is required to create law?
[01:07:49.760 --> 01:07:53.120]  A little while ago, I certainly did.
[01:07:53.120 --> 01:07:54.120]  Yes, sir.
[01:07:54.120 --> 01:07:57.720] I might be a little foggy on some details, but I think I have the general gist.
[01:07:57.720 --> 01:07:58.720]  Okay.
[01:07:58.720 --> 01:08:05.760] Do you recall whether or not your constitution says that your legislature is limited to enacting
[01:08:05.760 --> 01:08:10.680]  bills containing only a single subject?
[01:08:10.680 --> 01:08:13.120]  I'm pretty sure I recall reading that.
[01:08:13.120 --> 01:08:14.120]  Okay.
[01:08:14.120 --> 01:08:15.360]  Because that's true in every state.
[01:08:15.360 --> 01:08:19.560] I don't know of any state that does not have a single subject clause provision.
[01:08:19.560 --> 01:08:28.440] Now, be aware that at the same time in the 60s, when they had the statutory revision committee
[01:08:28.440 --> 01:08:34.840] enactments going on, they also had enactments to change the constitutional requirement.
[01:08:34.840 --> 01:08:40.080] In other words, every state was seeking a constitutional amendment to their constitution
[01:08:40.080 --> 01:08:47.680] to change the word object into subject, okay?
[01:08:47.680 --> 01:08:54.720] Now the goal of this was to take their ability to limit how much stuff they could do in one
[01:08:54.720 --> 01:09:03.480] big swipe to one single object at a time, so that they could now take multiple objects
[01:09:03.480 --> 01:09:10.960] and collectively put them under a single subject and thus increase the amount of legislation
[01:09:10.960 --> 01:09:13.480] they could push through in a single session.
[01:09:13.480 --> 01:09:14.480]  Okay.
[01:09:14.480 --> 01:09:15.480]  Okay.
[01:09:15.480 --> 01:09:16.480]  Excuse me there.
[01:09:16.480 --> 01:09:21.160] There was a little glitch in the sound and you said when you change it from what to subject?
[01:09:21.160 --> 01:09:22.160]  Object.
[01:09:22.160 --> 01:09:23.160]  To subject.
[01:09:23.160 --> 01:09:24.160]  Thank you.
[01:09:24.160 --> 01:09:25.160]  Okay.
[01:09:25.160 --> 01:09:26.160]  Thank you.
[01:09:26.160 --> 01:09:27.160]  Yep.
[01:09:27.160 --> 01:09:38.680] Here in Texas, they changed transportation objects to be under the single subject of transportation.
[01:09:38.680 --> 01:09:46.560] That's why they did a recodification of every transportation statute in 1995 under SB 971.
[01:09:46.560 --> 01:09:52.800] Senate Bill 971 in Texas is the bill that created the transportation code as we know
[01:09:52.800 --> 01:09:56.480] it in Texas today, okay?
[01:09:56.480 --> 01:10:04.840] The code does not have the legislative title clause that the Constitution requires the
[01:10:04.840 --> 01:10:06.760]  bill to have.
[01:10:06.760 --> 01:10:13.680] The statutes do not have the language that the Constitution requires the bills to have.
[01:10:13.680 --> 01:10:18.760] Hence, the statutes are not the actual law.
[01:10:18.760 --> 01:10:27.840] They are agency and revision committee interpretations of what is actually in the bill, which is
[01:10:27.840 --> 01:10:29.360]  the actual law.
[01:10:29.360 --> 01:10:30.360]  Okay?
[01:10:30.360 --> 01:10:33.360] Are we clear on all that?
[01:10:33.360 --> 01:10:34.840]  I tell you the truth there.
[01:10:34.840 --> 01:10:37.280] You went a little fast on that last part.
[01:10:37.280 --> 01:10:38.280]  Sorry.
[01:10:38.280 --> 01:10:39.280]  Okay.
[01:10:39.280 --> 01:10:42.840] You were saying the difference between the bill and the law.
[01:10:42.840 --> 01:10:44.720] To be honest with you.
[01:10:44.720 --> 01:10:45.720]  Go ahead.
[01:10:45.720 --> 01:10:50.880] Well, what I'm saying is I went in there and I was pulling statutes at large.
[01:10:50.880 --> 01:10:54.240]  I was pulling acts and bills.
[01:10:54.240 --> 01:10:55.240]  I went back into the 19-teens.
[01:10:55.240 --> 01:11:00.800] In fact, I went back to there was no more mention of even vehicle and then even automobile
[01:11:00.800 --> 01:11:02.000]  dropped off their statutes.
[01:11:02.000 --> 01:11:04.480] There was nothing more said.
[01:11:04.480 --> 01:11:08.120]  I can't tell you the volumes of stuff I looked at.
[01:11:08.120 --> 01:11:11.640] But I'm not able to find this consolidation you're referring to.
[01:11:11.640 --> 01:11:13.320]  And maybe I don't know what I'm looking for.
[01:11:13.320 --> 01:11:15.200]  That's the part that's frustrating me.
[01:11:15.200 --> 01:11:16.200]  Okay.
[01:11:16.200 --> 01:11:20.560] Well, for instance, right now I'm looking at the South Carolina Code of Laws and you
[01:11:20.560 --> 01:11:28.320] guys have a code chapter or Title 56, Motor Vehicles.
[01:11:28.320 --> 01:11:29.320]  Correct.
[01:11:29.320 --> 01:11:38.840] Now, do you think that way back in the 19-teens as you saw that Title 56 existed and that everything
[01:11:38.840 --> 01:11:43.480] they were writing was under Title 56 back in those teens?
[01:11:43.480 --> 01:11:44.480]  No.
[01:11:44.480 --> 01:11:45.480]  Right.
[01:11:45.480 --> 01:11:50.680] They were writing legislation piecemeal by object, okay?
[01:11:50.680 --> 01:11:53.600]  They weren't writing about motor vehicles.
[01:11:53.600 --> 01:11:56.600] They were writing about turn signals.
[01:11:56.600 --> 01:11:59.480] They were writing about tire pressure.
[01:11:59.480 --> 01:12:05.560] They were writing about steering columns, et cetera, et cetera, objects, okay?
[01:12:05.560 --> 01:12:12.760] Well, excuse me, but in 1917 they established the Motor Vehicle Department in the South
[01:12:12.760 --> 01:12:13.760]  Carolina.
[01:12:13.760 --> 01:12:14.760]  That's all what I'm talking about.
[01:12:14.760 --> 01:12:17.240] I don't care when they established the Motor Vehicle Department.
[01:12:17.240 --> 01:12:22.320] I'm talking about the enactment of the law that governs any of this thing.
[01:12:22.320 --> 01:12:30.600] Guaranteed in 1917, 15 or whatever, the Motor Vehicle Department was not collectively applied
[01:12:30.600 --> 01:12:34.680] to Title 56 of your current code.
[01:12:34.680 --> 01:12:35.680]  Yep.
[01:12:35.680 --> 01:12:36.680]  All right.
[01:12:36.680 --> 01:12:44.360] So around 46 or so was Title 33, then it turned to Title 46 and 549, then it was all the way
[01:12:44.360 --> 01:12:51.520] up to 62, and around 19, somewhere 62, it turned to Title 56, somewhere in right there.
[01:12:51.520 --> 01:12:52.520]  Okay.
[01:12:52.520 --> 01:12:54.440] Then how are you not seeing what I'm talking about?
[01:12:54.440 --> 01:12:58.000] Right then and there is where that would have taken place.
[01:12:58.000 --> 01:13:01.840] Where it became the title it is now is where that consolidation would have had to have
[01:13:01.840 --> 01:13:05.400] taken place, or sometime immediately before it.
[01:13:05.400 --> 01:13:07.720]  Okay.
[01:13:07.720 --> 01:13:15.760] And that's where I went back into the statutes and acts and bills and there was nothing there
[01:13:15.760 --> 01:13:20.440]  about a recodifying or consolidating or...
[01:13:20.440 --> 01:13:24.920] Well, there has to be or there wouldn't be a Title 56.
[01:13:24.920 --> 01:13:32.000] You have to find the original bill that created Title 56.
[01:13:32.000 --> 01:13:37.640] What it was is they said we're amending or we're just adopting, re-adopting like Chapter
[01:13:37.640 --> 01:13:40.440]  46 from the prior Chapter 46.
[01:13:40.440 --> 01:13:42.440]  That's a recodification.
[01:13:42.440 --> 01:13:43.440]  Okay.
[01:13:43.440 --> 01:13:44.440]  All right.
[01:13:44.440 --> 01:13:53.800] Let me guess, they said we are here by recodifying Chapter 40 whatever into Title 56 without
[01:13:53.800 --> 01:13:58.480] substantive change, dealing with a subject relating to blah, blah, blah.
[01:13:58.480 --> 01:13:59.480]  Nope.
[01:13:59.480 --> 01:14:02.960] Nope, never mention a subject, never any type of recodification.
[01:14:02.960 --> 01:14:08.760] Then it's not, then you're not reading the actual bill because the actual bill does the
[01:14:08.760 --> 01:14:14.960] South Carolina Constitution require all legislative bills to have a descriptive title that explains
[01:14:14.960 --> 01:14:19.520] to the public what the intent of the bill is.
[01:14:19.520 --> 01:14:22.760]  I can't answer that for sure, but I think they do.
[01:14:22.760 --> 01:14:23.760]  You think they do.
[01:14:23.760 --> 01:14:27.760] Well, hang on just a second and I'll tell you.
[01:14:27.760 --> 01:14:37.160] Okay, South Carolina Constitution, Legislature Online.
[01:14:37.160 --> 01:14:38.160]  Let's see.
[01:14:38.160 --> 01:14:43.200] Bill of Rights Legislative Departments, okay.
[01:14:43.200 --> 01:14:54.400] In the Legislative Department, you have your House of Representatives, okay, subject.
[01:14:54.400 --> 01:14:59.560]  Now you're checking there, if I can throw something out, in 2003, there's something
[01:14:59.560 --> 01:15:12.200] that's called the, I flipped around here so much, I've lost it, oh yeah, here we go.
[01:15:12.200 --> 01:15:17.840] Department of Motor Vehicle Reform Act of 2003, that's the only thing where I could
[01:15:17.840 --> 01:15:18.840]  see that they were-
[01:15:18.840 --> 01:15:20.840]  That's not going to be it.
[01:15:20.840 --> 01:15:21.840]  Okay.
[01:15:21.840 --> 01:15:22.840]  All right.
[01:15:22.840 --> 01:15:28.280] Department of Motor Vehicles is what they're dealing with, not everything under the transportation
[01:15:28.280 --> 01:15:30.400]  statutes, plain and simple.
[01:15:30.400 --> 01:15:32.400]  That's not going to be it.
[01:15:32.400 --> 01:15:38.320]  Article 3, Section 17, there's your one subject clause, okay.
[01:15:38.320 --> 01:15:39.560]  Okay.
[01:15:39.560 --> 01:15:46.720] Now also in that, and that shall be expressed in the title.
[01:15:46.720 --> 01:15:51.560] So if you didn't see it, you're not reading the right thing because the bill that creates
[01:15:51.560 --> 01:15:57.560] that legislation must express the single subject of which it applies in its title, according
[01:15:57.560 --> 01:16:00.560] to your state constitution just like ours.
[01:16:00.560 --> 01:16:01.560]  Okay.
[01:16:01.560 --> 01:16:09.480] Okay, so when you find the original bill, it will tell you what the single subject is
[01:16:09.480 --> 01:16:14.040] that they're organizing all of those statutes to apply to.
[01:16:14.040 --> 01:16:20.520] And I guarantee you that subject is going to be transportation.
[01:16:20.520 --> 01:16:21.520]  Not motor vehicles.
[01:16:21.520 --> 01:16:22.520]  Okay.
[01:16:22.520 --> 01:16:29.040] I guess I'll be spending a day five or six or whatever in there then.
[01:16:29.040 --> 01:16:31.200] Talk to the law librarian.
[01:16:31.200 --> 01:16:33.760] The law librarian is your best resource.
[01:16:33.760 --> 01:16:35.600] They're better than any book in there.
[01:16:35.600 --> 01:16:36.600]  Why?
[01:16:36.600 --> 01:16:40.520] Because they know where to find everything in every book in there.
[01:16:40.520 --> 01:16:45.080] Unfortunately, they used to be third floor of the courthouse, and I had gone in there
[01:16:45.080 --> 01:16:50.320] once some years ago, but they moved into the public library and there's no librarian attached
[01:16:50.320 --> 01:16:51.320]  to it.
[01:16:51.320 --> 01:16:53.320] Nobody can help me with squat that way.
[01:16:53.320 --> 01:16:54.320]  Okay.
[01:16:54.320 --> 01:16:55.320]  Well, hang on just a second.
[01:16:55.320 --> 01:16:57.320] Let me take this break, and we'll be right back to wrap this up.
[01:16:57.320 --> 01:16:58.320]  Okay.
[01:16:58.320 --> 01:17:05.320] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even lawsuits?
[01:17:05.320 --> 01:17:09.320] Stop debt collectors now with the Michael Merris Proven Method.
[01:17:09.320 --> 01:17:13.560] Michael Merris has won six cases in federal court against debt collectors, and now you

[01:17:19.360 --> 01:17:25.120] civil rights statute, what to do when contacted by phone, mail, or court summons, how to answer
[01:17:25.120 --> 01:17:29.760] letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit report, how to turn the
[01:17:29.760 --> 01:17:33.920] financial tables on them, and make them pay you to go away.
[01:17:33.920 --> 01:17:38.800] The Michael Merris Proven Method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[01:17:38.800 --> 01:17:40.920] Personal consultation is available as well.

[01:17:49.720 --> 01:17:59.280]  That's ruleoflawradio.com or email m-i-c-h-a-e-l-m-i-r-r-a-s at yahoo.com to learn how to stop debt collectors
[01:17:59.280 --> 01:18:00.280]  now.
[01:18:00.280 --> 01:18:01.280]  I love Logos.
[01:18:01.280 --> 01:18:04.760] Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends.
[01:18:04.760 --> 01:18:07.480] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back.
[01:18:07.480 --> 01:18:08.680]  I need my truth pick.
[01:18:08.680 --> 01:18:13.320] I'd be lost without Logos, and I really want to help keep this network on the air.
[01:18:13.320 --> 01:18:17.120]  I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite, and I really don't
[01:18:17.120 --> 01:18:20.520] have any money to give, because I spent it all on supplements.
[01:18:20.520 --> 01:18:22.040]  How can I help Logos?
[01:18:22.040 --> 01:18:24.080]  Well, I'm glad you asked.
[01:18:24.080 --> 01:18:28.360] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help Logos with ordering your supplies
[01:18:28.360 --> 01:18:29.360]  or holiday gifts.
[01:18:29.360 --> 01:18:31.600] The first thing you do is clear your cookies.
[01:18:31.600 --> 01:18:37.880] Now, go to LogosRegualNetwork.com, click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it.
[01:18:37.880 --> 01:18:43.600] Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link, and Logos gets a few pesos.
[01:18:43.600 --> 01:18:44.600]  Do I pay extra?
[01:18:44.600 --> 01:18:45.600]  No.
[01:18:45.600 --> 01:18:47.400] Do you have to do anything different when I order?
[01:18:47.400 --> 01:18:48.400]  No.
[01:18:48.400 --> 01:18:49.400]  Can I use my Amazon Prime?
[01:18:49.400 --> 01:18:50.400]  No.
[01:18:50.400 --> 01:18:51.400]  I mean, yes.
[01:18:51.400 --> 01:18:56.080] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money, this is perfect.
[01:18:56.080 --> 01:18:57.080]  Thank you so much.
[01:18:57.080 --> 01:18:58.600]  We are Logos.
[01:18:58.600 --> 01:19:00.600]  Happy holidays, Logos.
[01:19:00.600 --> 01:19:29.000] All right, folks, we are back.
[01:19:29.000 --> 01:19:34.720] This is Rule of Law Radio, calling number 512-646-1984.
[01:19:34.720 --> 01:19:39.160] If you want to call and get in line, we've only got a couple of callers up here at the
[01:19:39.160 --> 01:19:42.200] moment, one of which we're already talking to, so if you all want to call and get in
[01:19:42.200 --> 01:19:44.360] line, so we'll have something to talk about.
[01:19:44.360 --> 01:19:45.360]  Let's do so.
[01:19:45.360 --> 01:19:48.000] All right, let's see if we can wrap this up for you.
[01:19:48.000 --> 01:19:52.840] Okay, so you don't have a librarian that you can go to and look for this, but what you
[01:19:52.840 --> 01:19:56.120] actually need to be looking for is the legislative journals.
[01:19:56.120 --> 01:20:00.520] You need to be reading the discussion the legislature had on whatever bill that was
[01:20:00.520 --> 01:20:03.640] when they changed it to Title 56.
[01:20:03.640 --> 01:20:08.680] You're going to need to find that bill, and you're going to need to read the title to
[01:20:08.680 --> 01:20:14.320] see what the subject is, that they collectively placed all of this under in order to enact
[01:20:14.320 --> 01:20:18.240] Title 56 in one big piece of legislation.
[01:20:18.240 --> 01:20:19.240]  Okay?
[01:20:19.240 --> 01:20:20.240]  Yes.
[01:20:20.240 --> 01:20:26.280] If you find that, and I guarantee this stuff I'm telling you that you're going to find,
[01:20:26.280 --> 01:20:27.920] you will start to find.
[01:20:27.920 --> 01:20:33.160] Okay, I just want to rephrase it, make sure I'm with you, that I'm going to understand
[01:20:33.160 --> 01:20:34.160]  you.
[01:20:34.160 --> 01:20:41.400] In 1962, it was still Title 46, and that was 52, 62, and 76 seemed to be major legislative
[01:20:41.400 --> 01:20:49.080] activity years, but in 62, it was 46, and in the 76th session, it turned the 56th away
[01:20:49.080 --> 01:20:50.080]  to peers.
[01:20:50.080 --> 01:20:53.360] Are you sure that that's the year it actually changed?
[01:20:53.360 --> 01:20:54.360]  No.
[01:20:54.360 --> 01:20:55.360]  Okay.
[01:20:55.360 --> 01:21:01.520] So, that just may be the last point you can look at and say, oh wait, it actually happened
[01:21:01.520 --> 01:21:06.960] the prior session, or two prior sessions when it became Title 56.
[01:21:06.960 --> 01:21:15.360] What I'm going by indication is, when it comes up to 2003, everything refers back to 1976.
[01:21:15.360 --> 01:21:18.600] They're always back to the actual, the...
[01:21:18.600 --> 01:21:23.520] Well, that's a good indicator, but it's not definitive proof until you find the legislative
[01:21:23.520 --> 01:21:28.520] bill that that is the first iteration of Title 56.
[01:21:28.520 --> 01:21:34.400] All right, so when I was in here, I concluded that, I thought maybe, that it would have
[01:21:34.400 --> 01:21:39.040]  to occur between 62 and 76 when it changed from 46 to 56.
[01:21:39.040 --> 01:21:40.640]  Would that be correct?
[01:21:40.640 --> 01:21:42.800]  Well, yeah.
[01:21:42.800 --> 01:21:48.120] It's got to be, it either has to be on one of those dates or one of the dates in between
[01:21:48.120 --> 01:21:50.480] when your legislature was in session.
[01:21:50.480 --> 01:21:51.480]  Yep.
[01:21:51.480 --> 01:21:53.880] Well, that here was down to 14 years.
[01:21:53.880 --> 01:21:55.880]  That's a lot easier than what I was working with.
[01:21:55.880 --> 01:21:56.880]  Yeah.
[01:21:56.880 --> 01:22:00.720] I mean, it's good to trace it all the way back because if you go all the way back, you can
[01:22:00.720 --> 01:22:05.280] see that the original purpose and intent of all the regulation was to regulate commercial
[01:22:05.280 --> 01:22:06.920]  use of the roads.
[01:22:06.920 --> 01:22:12.160] If you actually look at all of the early stuff, because you have to look at the constitutional
[01:22:12.160 --> 01:22:15.960] principles that were in play back in the teens, okay?
[01:22:15.960 --> 01:22:18.880] In the teens, the American people wouldn't put up with the crap that they're putting
[01:22:18.880 --> 01:22:20.720]  up with now.
[01:22:20.720 --> 01:22:27.480] In those days, if you had a piece of property that you had every right to buy, possess,
[01:22:27.480 --> 01:22:33.080] and use because it's private property, then the state could not make a law that prohibited
[01:22:33.080 --> 01:22:35.040]  you from using it.
[01:22:35.040 --> 01:22:41.440] So those people that were buying motor cars for whatever reason or motorcycles for whatever
[01:22:41.440 --> 01:22:48.600] reason were not subject to any laws the legislature made regarding their use because they were
[01:22:48.600 --> 01:22:51.080]  private property.
[01:22:51.080 --> 01:22:56.640] The only thing the legislature could touch was when those things were being used in an
[01:22:56.640 --> 01:23:02.880] extraordinary way, which is what using the roads for commerce is.
[01:23:02.880 --> 01:23:08.480] It's an extraordinary use of the roads because every state and every court in every state
[01:23:08.480 --> 01:23:15.280] in that era knew damn good and well that the roads were built for the benefit of the people
[01:23:15.280 --> 01:23:22.400] entirely for their private business and pleasure, and using them as a place of business took
[01:23:22.400 --> 01:23:30.120] away from the public use and therefore was an extraordinary use, not intended in their
[01:23:30.120 --> 01:23:35.840] original design and construction, okay?
[01:23:35.840 --> 01:23:42.960] So when you put that framework and mindset into play, then you have to carry that forward
[01:23:42.960 --> 01:23:48.320] into everything they've done since then because if that's the way it was originally, nothing
[01:23:48.320 --> 01:23:50.640]  about that has changed.
[01:23:50.640 --> 01:23:52.720]  It couldn't change.
[01:23:52.720 --> 01:23:58.440] Doesn't matter if there's five million times more cars on the road than there was in those
[01:23:58.440 --> 01:23:59.920]  days.
[01:23:59.920 --> 01:24:06.680] That is irrelevant, just like it is to the Second Amendment about the owning of guns,
[01:24:06.680 --> 01:24:12.240] just like it is to the First Amendment about the difference between a computer word processor
[01:24:12.240 --> 01:24:18.480] and an old feather pen, you know?
[01:24:18.480 --> 01:24:26.920] The right to free speech didn't change because of technological advances.
[01:24:26.920 --> 01:24:31.520] I'm being totally honest when I say I want what you're saying to be true, I've looked
[01:24:31.520 --> 01:24:40.960] for it for years, and I even started in the early, mid or early thirties and like year
[01:24:40.960 --> 01:24:47.640] by year back to whenever the word automobile and vehicle or motor vehicle fell off the books
[01:24:47.640 --> 01:24:48.640]  or wasn't even mentioned.
[01:24:48.640 --> 01:24:52.640]  It was like 19, it's 10 in 1911.
[01:24:52.640 --> 01:25:03.040] I'm telling you, in the law books, there was no mention or even hint of commercial
[01:25:03.040 --> 01:25:04.040]  tied to it.
[01:25:04.040 --> 01:25:10.280] They said everybody that owns a car must license and must register, and there was never any
[01:25:10.280 --> 01:25:12.720]  commercial history.
[01:25:12.720 --> 01:25:19.960] And the fact is, is that despite how it reads, that is not what they could actually do.
[01:25:19.960 --> 01:25:23.480] But if anyone actually fought it, they lost.
[01:25:23.480 --> 01:25:28.480] Not the person fighting it, but the state or the city or whoever.
[01:25:28.480 --> 01:25:29.480]  They lost.
[01:25:29.480 --> 01:25:30.480]  Okay?
[01:25:30.480 --> 01:25:40.560] Well, I am playing when doubling down on this 1976 and then working back to I find it.
[01:25:40.560 --> 01:25:49.320] I'm hoping I can find the one subject bill, the short title or the name of the bill, and
[01:25:49.320 --> 01:25:50.320]  find what you're saying.
[01:25:50.320 --> 01:25:53.480] Well, the title is not the name, okay?
[01:25:53.480 --> 01:25:57.320]  The title is a descriptive paragraph.
[01:25:57.320 --> 01:26:00.200]  It won't be just a name.
[01:26:00.200 --> 01:26:06.120] It'll be a descriptive paragraph that says, this is a consolidation or reconification
[01:26:06.120 --> 01:26:11.520] without substantive change of all the statutes from blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, hereby
[01:26:11.520 --> 01:26:14.960] incorporated for the subject matter of whatever.
[01:26:14.960 --> 01:26:16.960]  In this case, transportation.
[01:26:16.960 --> 01:26:17.960]  Okay?
[01:26:17.960 --> 01:26:21.840]  It'll be a paragraph, not just a name.
[01:26:21.840 --> 01:26:27.000] Now, again, I would like to clarify, you had first, you kind of mentioned that in May
[01:26:27.000 --> 01:26:29.400] states that occurred in the early mid-60s.
[01:26:29.400 --> 01:26:35.680] No, the statutory revision committee in Agments occurred in the 60s.
[01:26:35.680 --> 01:26:37.280]  Ah, okay.
[01:26:37.280 --> 01:26:38.280]  Thank you.
[01:26:38.280 --> 01:26:39.280]  Uh-huh.
[01:26:39.280 --> 01:26:40.280]  All right.
[01:26:40.280 --> 01:26:44.920] So, like I said, I'll start in 1976 and work back till I get paid or, I hope.
[01:26:44.920 --> 01:26:45.920]  Well, good luck.
[01:26:45.920 --> 01:26:48.920] And thank you so much for your, what you do.
[01:26:48.920 --> 01:26:49.920]  Yes, sir.
[01:26:49.920 --> 01:26:50.920]  Thanks for calling.
[01:26:50.920 --> 01:26:51.920]  Good night.
[01:26:51.920 --> 01:26:52.920]  Good night.
[01:26:52.920 --> 01:26:53.920]  All right.
[01:26:53.920 --> 01:26:57.920] Now, our next caller up is Joseph in Texas.
[01:26:57.920 --> 01:27:00.920] Joseph, what can we do for you?
[01:27:00.920 --> 01:27:08.120] Well, I just wanted to make some comments about, you talked earlier about somebody having problems
[01:27:08.120 --> 01:27:15.880] with a officer claiming qualified immunity and that reminded me of a Supreme Court ruling
[01:27:15.880 --> 01:27:27.880] May 5th, 2014, about a city of Houston officer shooting somebody in Spring, Texas, and that
[01:27:27.880 --> 01:27:31.360]  officer claimed qualified immunity.
[01:27:31.360 --> 01:27:36.000] And from what I recall, the Supreme Court said, whenever you step outside of your authority,
[01:27:36.000 --> 01:27:38.200] you lose your qualified immunity.
[01:27:38.200 --> 01:27:39.200]  Yeah.
[01:27:39.200 --> 01:27:48.240] But then again, I was reading Briscoe v. Hugh, 460 US 325, and according to that Supreme
[01:27:48.240 --> 01:27:55.080] Court ruling, we have the common law right to lie and cannot be penalized.
[01:27:55.080 --> 01:28:02.080] We cannot be penalized for perjury and court, or that's what I got from reading Briscoe
[01:28:02.080 --> 01:28:09.440] v. Hugh, which I think was the shortest Supreme Court ruling I've ever read.
[01:28:09.440 --> 01:28:10.440]  Yeah.
[01:28:10.440 --> 01:28:11.440]  Well.
[01:28:11.440 --> 01:28:20.520] But that kind of helped me grasp why so frustrated with our alleged justice system, because according
[01:28:20.520 --> 01:28:28.280] to that Supreme Court ruling, you have the common law right to lie and cannot be penalized
[01:28:28.280 --> 01:28:29.280]  for it.
[01:28:29.280 --> 01:28:30.280]  Yeah.
[01:28:30.280 --> 01:28:35.640] So when we are protected from having to divulge information to government, how can government
[01:28:35.640 --> 01:28:39.360] penalize you for your failure or refusal to provide it?
[01:28:39.360 --> 01:28:53.080] Well, what I got from reading this court ruling, any witness in court has the common law right
[01:28:53.080 --> 01:28:54.080]  to lie.
[01:28:54.080 --> 01:28:55.080]  That's what they would do.
[01:28:55.080 --> 01:28:59.240] They do up until the point when they may take an oath to not lie.
[01:28:59.240 --> 01:29:01.360]  Now see, there's the difference.
[01:29:01.360 --> 01:29:05.920] That's why they want you to swear that you're not going to lie when you get on the stand.
[01:29:05.920 --> 01:29:10.920] Now if you want to exercise your common law right to it, when they ask you, do you hereby
[01:29:10.920 --> 01:29:14.320] swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, and you put your
[01:29:14.320 --> 01:29:20.040] hand on the Bible and say, no, I do not.
[01:29:20.040 --> 01:29:24.520] Now they can't penalize you if they put you up there anyway.
[01:29:24.520 --> 01:29:29.960] But if you say, yes, I do, oh, now they can, there's the problem.
[01:29:29.960 --> 01:29:35.800] Right there was, well, I said, well, like I said, I thought that was really a shardest
[01:29:35.800 --> 01:29:41.720]  court ruling I ever read, 4600 US 325.
[01:29:41.720 --> 01:29:42.720]  That's quite possible.
[01:29:42.720 --> 01:29:48.760] And from that, you cannot be penalized for perjury if it stated that.
[01:29:48.760 --> 01:29:49.760]  Yeah.
[01:29:49.760 --> 01:29:55.000] I'd have to read the context of the case itself to see what they did with that opinion.
[01:29:55.000 --> 01:29:58.280] But if you'll email me a link, I'd love to read it.
[01:29:58.280 --> 01:30:01.280]  Well, I said, boy.
[01:30:01.280 --> 01:30:06.680] Radio frequency identification, or RFID, is a technology that silently tracks objects
[01:30:06.680 --> 01:30:07.680]  using radio waves.
[01:30:07.680 --> 01:30:09.680] But what if the object is you?
[01:30:09.680 --> 01:30:14.400] I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht, and I'll be back with a buzz on just how invasive this stealthy
[01:30:14.400 --> 01:30:16.440]  technology can be.
[01:30:16.440 --> 01:30:18.400]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:18.400 --> 01:30:22.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:22.000 --> 01:30:26.800] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too.
[01:30:26.800 --> 01:30:31.800] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[01:30:31.800 --> 01:30:34.560]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[01:30:34.560 --> 01:30:38.880] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search

[01:30:44.640 --> 01:30:50.360] RFID microchips were used for a recent study on the habits of honeybees.
[01:30:50.360 --> 01:30:54.840] Researchers tracked each bee individually through an RFID tag glued to its back that
[01:30:54.840 --> 01:30:57.400]  beamed back a unique identification number.
[01:30:57.400 --> 01:31:02.280] When tagged bees flew through an antenna probe in fake flowers, the scientists instantly
[01:31:02.280 --> 01:31:03.280]  knew.
[01:31:03.280 --> 01:31:06.800] But the bees didn't, since RFID waves are silent and invisible.
[01:31:06.800 --> 01:31:11.840] Major corporations want to put similar RFID tags in all consumer items, making people
[01:31:11.840 --> 01:31:15.480] aware and carry those items trackable, just like the bees.
[01:31:15.480 --> 01:31:20.400] Bee studies clearly demonstrate how RFID could deliver a stinging blow to our freedom and
[01:31:20.400 --> 01:31:21.400]  privacy.

[01:32:01.600 --> 01:32:05.100] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law traffic seminar.
[01:32:05.100 --> 01:32:09.600] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society, and if we, the people, are ever going to have a free society,
[01:32:09.600 --> 01:32:12.600] then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights.
[01:32:12.600 --> 01:32:17.100] Among those rights are the right to travel freely in place-to-place, the right to act in our own private capacity,
[01:32:17.100 --> 01:32:19.600] and most importantly, the right to due process of law.
[01:32:19.600 --> 01:32:25.100] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights through due process.
[01:32:25.100 --> 01:32:28.600] Former Sheriff's Deputy Katie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio,
[01:32:28.600 --> 01:32:33.100] has put together the most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process is
[01:32:33.100 --> 01:32:35.100] and how to hold courts to the rule of law.

[01:33:28.600 --> 01:33:30.600] Alright folks, we are back.
[01:33:30.600 --> 01:33:32.600] This is Rule of Law Radio.
[01:33:32.600 --> 01:33:35.600]  Calling number 512-646-1984.
[01:33:35.600 --> 01:33:39.600] We've got a half an hour left and we're still talking with Joseph in Texas, who is my last caller.
[01:33:39.600 --> 01:33:43.600] So please give us a call and get in line and let's have a discussion.
[01:33:43.600 --> 01:33:45.600] Alright Joseph, sorry the music cut you off there.
[01:33:45.600 --> 01:33:49.600] It was taking a break and I didn't hear it till just before it cut us off.
[01:33:49.600 --> 01:33:51.600]  That's right.
[01:33:51.600 --> 01:33:56.600] And another thing I wanted to bring up, I was listening to Chuck Conscious a few years ago.
[01:33:56.600 --> 01:34:01.600]  I believe in 2005 I believe.
[01:34:01.600 --> 01:34:07.600] From what I recall, which seemed like I read in law a few different places,
[01:34:07.600 --> 01:34:13.600] that whenever an officer does what he's not authorized to do,
[01:34:13.600 --> 01:34:17.600] he has legally vacated his office.
[01:34:20.600 --> 01:34:24.600] Well, he is operating outside of the powers of his office.
[01:34:24.600 --> 01:34:28.600]  I don't know so much as exactly vacating it,
[01:34:28.600 --> 01:34:33.600] but he's not acting under any authority or protections provided by it.
[01:34:33.600 --> 01:34:37.600] So he may as well have vacated it.
[01:34:37.600 --> 01:34:43.600] Well, then the impression I got from what I've read and like I said from Chuck Conscious when I listened to him,
[01:34:43.600 --> 01:34:49.600] it's like they've actually vacated their office or anything they do from that point forward.
[01:34:49.600 --> 01:34:56.600] They're doing illegally, they're not qualified to draw salary or anything from that point forward.
[01:34:56.600 --> 01:35:02.600] That's what I got from what I listened to him and I like that I've read a bunch of stuff about it.
[01:35:02.600 --> 01:35:05.600] It's like, it leaves me the impression so.
[01:35:05.600 --> 01:35:16.600] But then again, it's like court ruling anytime an officer enforces a boy judgment, he is trespassing.
[01:35:16.600 --> 01:35:23.600] And that being so, that means just about over 90% of the officers are trespassers,
[01:35:23.600 --> 01:35:29.600] since such an extremely high percentage of the convictions are legally boyed.
[01:35:32.600 --> 01:35:33.600]  Well, that's possible.
[01:35:33.600 --> 01:35:37.600] I know that we've allowed them to get away with far too much for far too long,
[01:35:37.600 --> 01:35:41.600] not only in law enforcement, but in the courts and everywhere else,
[01:35:41.600 --> 01:35:43.600] protecting them for the things that they do.
[01:35:43.600 --> 01:35:48.600] That stuff we've got to put a stop to, are we going to be able to do it without a world war?
[01:35:48.600 --> 01:35:55.600] Well, I just can't understand why it's so hard to get them to comply with law.
[01:35:55.600 --> 01:36:01.600] Well, because that would require them to be limited in what they do and they don't want to be limited.
[01:36:01.600 --> 01:36:10.600] And the courts don't want to limit them because then they can't protect them when they do things
[01:36:10.600 --> 01:36:17.600] that are illegal to protect those in power that are doing dirty crap from the highest points.
[01:36:17.600 --> 01:36:18.600]  You get what I'm saying?
[01:36:18.600 --> 01:36:23.600] The judges can't risk alienating the cops because the cops are the ones protecting the judges
[01:36:23.600 --> 01:36:28.600] from retribution for the crap they pull in the courts.
[01:36:28.600 --> 01:36:30.600] Same thing with the politicians.
[01:36:30.600 --> 01:36:35.600] They'll kiss the cops butts all day long as long as they'll protect them
[01:36:35.600 --> 01:36:43.600] because they'd be in jail or dead without them.
[01:36:43.600 --> 01:36:45.600]  Can you follow?
[01:36:45.600 --> 01:36:46.600]  Well, yeah.
[01:36:46.600 --> 01:36:49.600] I mean, I've been fighting this, you know, giving up so much of my life.
[01:36:49.600 --> 01:36:54.600] But then again, I got friends, you know, that have left the country.
[01:36:54.600 --> 01:36:59.600]  They get so frustrated.
[01:36:59.600 --> 01:37:12.600] Now, I don't see anywhere in the Constitution where it says government employees are allowed to be unfrustrated.
[01:37:12.600 --> 01:37:15.600] Well, you know, like I think, you know, if something all is safe,
[01:37:15.600 --> 01:37:23.600] I ever get stuck by a cop again and just ask him what he's doing is in compliance with his oath.
[01:37:23.600 --> 01:37:29.600] But that kind of reminded me about several years ago, which I got to where I started, you know,
[01:37:29.600 --> 01:37:34.600] whenever I come across a cop, sheriff, judge, or lawyer,
[01:37:34.600 --> 01:37:37.600] I normally ask them if they could explain to me,
[01:37:37.600 --> 01:37:41.600]  Texas Transportation Code 502.003,
[01:37:41.600 --> 01:37:48.600] no state agency shall require any individual registered motor vehicle.
[01:37:48.600 --> 01:37:56.600] Then one morning I was at a convenience store and there's about five troopers in there having their coffee breaks.
[01:37:56.600 --> 01:38:02.600] And I asked them, I asked that group of troopers to explain it to me.
[01:38:02.600 --> 01:38:07.600] One of the troopers pulled out of his pocket, apparently a computer, we could look it up and read it.
[01:38:07.600 --> 01:38:10.600] They said, well, yeah, but it says the county can.
[01:38:10.600 --> 01:38:17.600] I said, well, yeah, the county can and it stays specifically if you're using the road for commerce.
[01:38:17.600 --> 01:38:24.600] And I, I went further, said, best I recall, the Constitution does allegedly give you authority to regulate commerce,
[01:38:24.600 --> 01:38:27.600] but you have no authority to regulate rights.
[01:38:27.600 --> 01:38:32.600] And that trooper spit out immediately, you have no rights.
[01:38:32.600 --> 01:38:38.600] And I feel like I showed my incompetency by not getting his badge and name,
[01:38:38.600 --> 01:38:43.600] badge number nine, where I could have tried to get him reprimanded,
[01:38:43.600 --> 01:38:48.600]  but I really upset when I didn't do that.
[01:38:48.600 --> 01:38:55.600] Yeah, that's, that's someone that the very moment that they say something like that,
[01:38:55.600 --> 01:39:01.600] they are no longer acting in official capacity and are immediately dismissed from their job,
[01:39:01.600 --> 01:39:07.600] because that right there shows a fundamental failing in understanding what your job is
[01:39:07.600 --> 01:39:14.600] and where your duty and your allegiance is supposed to lie.
[01:39:14.600 --> 01:39:24.600] When you cannot see the forest for the trees in relation to your public duty to the very people who gave you the office
[01:39:24.600 --> 01:39:28.600] and allowed you to occupy it and work in it and get paid to do it,
[01:39:28.600 --> 01:39:34.600] the moment you can't see that for what it is is the moment you shouldn't be there.
[01:39:34.600 --> 01:39:40.600] Well, I said, you know, I was confident if I'd have got his name and badge number,
[01:39:40.600 --> 01:39:45.600] I could have gone to Superior and possibly had some reprimands brought on him,
[01:39:45.600 --> 01:39:51.600]  but I felt terrible for a long time that I, like I said,
[01:39:51.600 --> 01:39:56.600] I feel like I showed my incompetence by not getting the name and badge number.
[01:39:56.600 --> 01:40:00.600] Yeah, I understand where it goes, believe me.
[01:40:00.600 --> 01:40:05.600] I know that I'm always on the lookout for someone to say something like that,
[01:40:05.600 --> 01:40:09.600] and I know me and me is not going to just turn around and let that slide,
[01:40:09.600 --> 01:40:16.600] but I spent years making sure that nothing like that got by me because I wasn't listening.
[01:40:16.600 --> 01:40:21.600] That goes to what I used to tell people in my class on a regular basis.
[01:40:21.600 --> 01:40:26.600] You can never have understanding when you are not listening to what you hear.
[01:40:26.600 --> 01:40:31.600] The only way to comprehend it and fully digest it and respond to it
[01:40:31.600 --> 01:40:35.600] is when you are listening to what you hear.
[01:40:35.600 --> 01:40:44.600] You can hear every dad-blame thing in the world, but until you actually listen, it's just noise.
[01:40:44.600 --> 01:40:49.600] Well, I'll tell you, I was probably, like, this was several years ago,
[01:40:49.600 --> 01:40:55.600] but I did probably just greatly shocked me that he would just spit something like that out.
[01:40:55.600 --> 01:41:01.600] Well, it wouldn't shock me that they would be stupid enough to spit something like that out,
[01:41:01.600 --> 01:41:07.600] but I guarantee you that by the time my mouth finished flapping, he would be in shock,
[01:41:07.600 --> 01:41:12.600] and he would probably be doing everything he could not to either taze me or shoot me,
[01:41:12.600 --> 01:41:21.600] but he's going to have to make that choice, I guarantee you.
[01:41:21.600 --> 01:41:25.600] But I do appreciate you calling in. Is there anything else?
[01:41:25.600 --> 01:41:27.600]  That's a lot that I can think of.
[01:41:27.600 --> 01:41:31.600]  Oh, I remember a short time before I say that a while back,
[01:41:31.600 --> 01:41:36.600] he said something about I sent off for a freedom of information act the other day,
[01:41:36.600 --> 01:41:41.600] and I was intended, I wanted to send it to the attorney general and get his opinion,
[01:41:41.600 --> 01:41:47.600] but I lost it, but anyway, they sent back, send in a dollar and a quarter next time,
[01:41:47.600 --> 01:41:51.600] make the request like this, they didn't give me the information I wanted,
[01:41:51.600 --> 01:41:54.600] and they just told me to send in a dollar and a quarter or something like that.
[01:41:54.600 --> 01:41:56.600]  A dollar and a quarter for what?
[01:41:56.600 --> 01:42:02.600] Well, it was about that, you know, like I said, it was,
[01:42:02.600 --> 01:42:07.600] but you know, like I told them, I probably told them I wanted a DVD or something.
[01:42:07.600 --> 01:42:09.600]  Okay.
[01:42:09.600 --> 01:42:17.600] Good. You know, they're required to make the recording of all their rest,
[01:42:17.600 --> 01:42:20.600] so that's probably what I was trying to get a recording over the rest,
[01:42:20.600 --> 01:42:24.600] and they sent it back and said, well, if you want that,
[01:42:24.600 --> 01:42:29.600] you got to send in a dollar and a quarter, whatever the price was they put on it, I forget.
[01:42:29.600 --> 01:42:33.600] Yeah, they can't charge the fees, they try to charge most of the time.
[01:42:33.600 --> 01:42:37.600]  They can't give it to you if it's not over $40.
[01:42:37.600 --> 01:42:42.600]  Yeah.
[01:42:42.600 --> 01:42:47.600] Not unless it's a certified copy, and then they can charge you the fee for a certified copy,
[01:42:47.600 --> 01:42:53.600] but that fee has to be according to law.
[01:42:53.600 --> 01:42:56.600] Okay, yeah, but from what I recall you said,
[01:42:56.600 --> 01:43:01.600] if it didn't go up over $40, they had to give it to you.
[01:43:01.600 --> 01:43:08.600] Well, that's just generally speaking, that's true except when you ask for certified copies.
[01:43:08.600 --> 01:43:14.600] When you ask just for a general information response and copies of records that aren't certified copies,
[01:43:14.600 --> 01:43:16.600] they do have to give it to you.
[01:43:16.600 --> 01:43:19.600]  Well, I don't believe I put anything in there about certified,
[01:43:19.600 --> 01:43:24.600]  but it's been a while back, so I may have.
[01:43:24.600 --> 01:43:28.600] Yeah, so just, you know, unless they've actually changed it here lately,
[01:43:28.600 --> 01:43:35.600] which I don't know if they have or not, I haven't gone back and looked at the Chapter 552 to see what else may have changed.
[01:43:35.600 --> 01:43:42.600] But any who, if you take a look at it again, then you can tell me if I'm wrong, but...
[01:43:42.600 --> 01:43:49.600] If I could find it, like I said, I was intending on sending a reply to the Attorney General
[01:43:49.600 --> 01:43:53.600]  because I wasn't expecting a reply that I would like.
[01:43:53.600 --> 01:43:56.600] Well, there you go, sound like some music coming home.
[01:43:56.600 --> 01:44:00.600] Yes, sir, you have a good night. Thanks for calling.
[01:44:00.600 --> 01:44:06.600] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area of nutrition.
[01:44:06.600 --> 01:44:11.600] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves, and it's time we changed all that.
[01:44:11.600 --> 01:44:17.600] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition.
[01:44:17.600 --> 01:44:22.600] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, and mutilated,

[01:45:55.600 --> 01:46:00.600]  Or call toll-free 866-LAW-EZ.
[01:46:00.600 --> 01:46:26.600]  Music
[01:46:26.600 --> 01:46:28.600] Alright folks, we are back.
[01:46:28.600 --> 01:46:30.600] This is Rule of Law Radio.
[01:46:30.600 --> 01:46:32.600] We are now in the last segment of the show.
[01:46:32.600 --> 01:46:38.600] We don't have any callers, so Yard is going to listen to me on the last part of this till we are out.
[01:46:38.600 --> 01:46:43.600] Okay, now, I spent the majority of this show waiting on callers,
[01:46:43.600 --> 01:46:49.600] and while I was doing that, I was talking about us needing you to financially support the network and keep us going.
[01:46:49.600 --> 01:46:54.600] Nothing's changed between the beginning of this show and now, just in case you were wondering.
[01:46:54.600 --> 01:47:04.600] We came up with a winning lottery ticket that I'm aware of, and no one had a rich relative die and send us an attorney saying come to the will hearing this week.
[01:47:04.600 --> 01:47:09.600] So, that being said, it's still up to you folks to keep us running.
[01:47:09.600 --> 01:47:11.600] Now, how do you do that?
[01:47:11.600 --> 01:47:17.600] Well, you can go to the LogosRadioNetwork.com website and click on the donation link,
[01:47:17.600 --> 01:47:23.600] or you can go to the ruleoflawradio.com website and click on the donation link.
[01:47:23.600 --> 01:47:29.600] If you want to make donations directly to individuals, you're going to have to go to the ruleoflaw website,
[01:47:29.600 --> 01:47:36.600] because right now the direct links to individuals doesn't appear on the one for Logos.
[01:47:36.600 --> 01:47:43.600] The only donation link on Logos is to either purchase the materials or to donate to the network.
[01:47:43.600 --> 01:47:48.600] So, if you want to donate to rule of law, you can do that at either location,
[01:47:48.600 --> 01:47:56.600] or if you want to make a donation to any of the individual hosts on the show, such as myself or others like Randy and his beer fund,
[01:47:56.600 --> 01:48:02.600] you're going to have to go through the rule of law radio page and make the donation there.
[01:48:02.600 --> 01:48:08.600] Now, we do the best we can with what we've got.
[01:48:08.600 --> 01:48:14.600] I've had more than my fair share of hardware, computer problems here lately, operating system problems.
[01:48:14.600 --> 01:48:22.600] Sometimes I get one thing working and another thing dies. I had my streaming box sort of set up,
[01:48:22.600 --> 01:48:26.600] at least it was booting and it was functional and had an operating system on it,
[01:48:26.600 --> 01:48:30.600] and then I tried to turn it on yesterday to do some other things to it,
[01:48:30.600 --> 01:48:35.600] and it turns out that the power supply is dead as a door nail.
[01:48:35.600 --> 01:48:40.600] I don't know why, I don't know how, it just died for absolutely no reason.
[01:48:40.600 --> 01:48:44.600] The machine lit up for half a second and that was it.
[01:48:44.600 --> 01:48:52.600] Power supply tester says it's dead, blah, blah, blah, and I've got two other machines with similar power supplies,
[01:48:52.600 --> 01:48:59.600] all of which I got from Brave New Books, by the way, they used to run their machines on these for their Bitcoin mining,
[01:48:59.600 --> 01:49:07.600] and I bought the spare power supplies they had, which are, I mean, I've used thermal tech brand power supplies for years,
[01:49:07.600 --> 01:49:16.600] I've always liked them, but every single one of these damn power supplies has died as soon as it's been hooked up to an actual computer.
[01:49:16.600 --> 01:49:18.600]  It's ridiculous.
[01:49:18.600 --> 01:49:24.600] So, therein lies the rub on having the streaming stuff up and going in any way, shape, or form,
[01:49:24.600 --> 01:49:27.600] even if it's not exactly the one that I need.
[01:49:27.600 --> 01:49:33.600] I was going to have some sort of quasi-working set up, but that went by the wayside.
[01:49:33.600 --> 01:49:43.600] Now, I was kind enough to have a donation come in set aside specifically for getting the class streaming and everything set up.
[01:49:43.600 --> 01:49:52.600] It's a little bit, it's not quite enough, but it was substantial compared to a lot of the donations that come in.
[01:49:52.600 --> 01:49:54.600] So, thank you very much for that.
[01:49:54.600 --> 01:49:56.600]  I appreciate that quite a bit.
[01:49:56.600 --> 01:49:57.600]  Thank you.
[01:49:57.600 --> 01:50:03.600] But that being said, as I explained in the email where you originally asked me what do I need, well, nice.
[01:50:03.600 --> 01:50:05.600] You kind of see the other problems I'm running into here.
[01:50:05.600 --> 01:50:11.600] Everything I've had to build, I've had to build off of scratch parts that I've had laying around for two or three years,
[01:50:11.600 --> 01:50:19.600] and having, I've upgraded computers a couple of times and never put the other ones back up and running, so they've just been sitting.
[01:50:19.600 --> 01:50:25.600] They were functioning fine when I sat on the side, and now all of a sudden they don't want to function correctly anymore,
[01:50:25.600 --> 01:50:28.600] and there's no obvious indication as to why.
[01:50:28.600 --> 01:50:35.600] But I've got to get my technician eyeglasses cleaned a little bit better and get back to digging into this.
[01:50:35.600 --> 01:50:41.600] But as usual, when it turns out to be something like a power supply like it is on these, they're going to die,
[01:50:41.600 --> 01:50:46.600] and there ain't nothing to do but replace them because I can't take them completely apart and rewire the dabbling things again.
[01:50:46.600 --> 01:50:50.600] I don't have the component parts necessary to do that.
[01:50:50.600 --> 01:50:57.600] But that being said, we appreciate what you folks out there have done for us over the years,
[01:50:57.600 --> 01:51:01.600] but please keep in mind that the years are still ticking away.
[01:51:01.600 --> 01:51:06.600] We're still trying to do the job that has not changed.
[01:51:06.600 --> 01:51:13.600] The only thing that has changed for sure is the ability of what you send in to keep us going.
[01:51:13.600 --> 01:51:20.600] Just like you guys, it's just almost impossible to stretch what you get far enough.
[01:51:20.600 --> 01:51:22.600]  I understand how that is.
[01:51:22.600 --> 01:51:23.600]  Believe me, I do.
[01:51:23.600 --> 01:51:27.600] I'm not knocking anybody's situation out there because of this.
[01:51:27.600 --> 01:51:33.600] But like I say, when it comes down to the choices that a lot of people make these days,
[01:51:33.600 --> 01:51:44.600] I find it kind of ironic and amusing to watch an individual complain about certain individuals.
[01:51:44.600 --> 01:51:47.600] Certain individuals complain about how they can't afford to do this, that, or the other,
[01:51:47.600 --> 01:51:54.600] but they've always got a fridge full of beer and a pocket full of cigarettes or dip and snuff or whatever.
[01:51:54.600 --> 01:51:59.600] All those little extra things that they don't need to survive, they can spend their money on,
[01:51:59.600 --> 01:52:04.600] and all the things that they're complaining about are the survival things they can't afford.
[01:52:04.600 --> 01:52:09.600] Mainly because they're spending it on stuff that they could live without but aren't.
[01:52:09.600 --> 01:52:14.600] Trust me when I tell you, that ain't the way it works around here.
[01:52:14.600 --> 01:52:18.600] We need the stuff that we have to do the job we do.
[01:52:18.600 --> 01:52:20.600]  When it isn't working, we aren't working.
[01:52:20.600 --> 01:52:21.600]  We aren't working.
[01:52:21.600 --> 01:52:23.600] We aren't getting information out to you.
[01:52:23.600 --> 01:52:25.600]  It's really that simple.
[01:52:25.600 --> 01:52:30.600] Everything we do is hip bone connected to the leg bone kind of stuff.
[01:52:30.600 --> 01:52:34.600] Nothing here operates independent of anything else.
[01:52:34.600 --> 01:52:37.600]  That's how much of a shoestring we're on.
[01:52:37.600 --> 01:52:40.600]  Without you, we're not here.
[01:52:40.600 --> 01:52:42.600]  It's that simple.
[01:52:42.600 --> 01:52:45.600] You are the primary lens pen that keeps us functioning.
[01:52:45.600 --> 01:52:51.600] If we ever roll into the lottery dough or something, then hey, we won't ask you anymore.
[01:52:51.600 --> 01:52:56.600] But I wouldn't be counting on that coming down the pike anytime soon.
[01:52:56.600 --> 01:53:00.600] Mainly because in order to play the lottery, you got to buy a ticket.
[01:53:00.600 --> 01:53:05.600] And buying a ticket ain't nothing but throwing away the money you don't got in the first place, in my opinion.
[01:53:05.600 --> 01:53:10.600] So, especially when you consider the fact that there ain't no way in hell these things aren't rigged.
[01:53:10.600 --> 01:53:11.600]  Okay?
[01:53:11.600 --> 01:53:15.600] In favor of those who get to keep the money if something happens to you or me,
[01:53:15.600 --> 01:53:18.600] or they don't have to pay it out because nobody got the number.
[01:53:18.600 --> 01:53:21.600] You get it, it's a rigged system to begin with.
[01:53:21.600 --> 01:53:26.600] So, where does that leave us now?
[01:53:26.600 --> 01:53:29.600] Oh yeah, all the good stuff we're talking about.
[01:53:29.600 --> 01:53:38.600] Now, I'm not really sure how much longer we're going to be able to go on what we currently have,
[01:53:38.600 --> 01:53:42.600] which I mean, if you really want to get down to brass tacks.
[01:53:42.600 --> 01:53:44.600]  For me personally, that's nothing.
[01:53:44.600 --> 01:53:54.600] I got exactly $3.31 to my name right now after paying out everything that I've got to pay to anybody for anything.
[01:53:54.600 --> 01:53:56.600]  That's exactly what I've got.
[01:53:56.600 --> 01:54:04.600] My biggest luxury item that I have two or three times a week maybe is a cup of coffee at the coffee shop.
[01:54:04.600 --> 01:54:08.600] And that's just because it tastes better than Folgers, okay?
[01:54:08.600 --> 01:54:13.600] And for what a can of Folgers cost me, I can get those three coffees easy enough.
[01:54:13.600 --> 01:54:15.600]  So, it's kind of a trade-off.
[01:54:15.600 --> 01:54:21.600] But that being said, we all got to have our little vices, right?
[01:54:21.600 --> 01:54:28.600] I've been eating beans and rice for almost five days straight.
[01:54:28.600 --> 01:54:40.600] You know, I'm glad I don't have to work as a hot air balloon, though I have really got to experience what that would feel like if that was the job.
[01:54:40.600 --> 01:54:44.600]  So, folks, we're asking, we're begging.
[01:54:44.600 --> 01:54:51.600] If you got anything to spare, if you can, if you can do it regularly in whatever amount, please do, okay?
[01:54:51.600 --> 01:54:56.600] What we do here is valuable to many.
[01:54:56.600 --> 01:55:01.600] We don't always get shown the appreciation for it that it deserves, but we try.
[01:55:01.600 --> 01:55:03.600] And we don't do it for the kudos.
[01:55:03.600 --> 01:55:05.600] We don't do it for the money.
[01:55:05.600 --> 01:55:09.600] But, you know, they're still nice to get and nice to have.
[01:55:09.600 --> 01:55:13.600] We've got things we've got to pay for like everybody else.
[01:55:13.600 --> 01:55:17.600] And, you know, that's just the way it works.
[01:55:17.600 --> 01:55:21.600] Now, if I ever get independently wealthy, I won't be on here asking anybody for anything.
[01:55:21.600 --> 01:55:29.600] I'll be doing what I do, and I'll be paying myself and going from there and still trying to do everything.
[01:55:29.600 --> 01:55:34.600] And it's not a big deal, but I don't see that coming down the pike anytime soon either.
[01:55:34.600 --> 01:55:41.600] So, more like the work world is calling and we're not going to have a choice but to answer,
[01:55:41.600 --> 01:55:44.600] which means you're going to lose out on the benefit of what we do,
[01:55:44.600 --> 01:55:50.600] because we can't survive doing what we do without you, okay?
[01:55:50.600 --> 01:55:55.600] Yes, this show has been pretty much a please fund us type of campaign deal here,
[01:55:55.600 --> 01:55:59.600] but we're at a point where we got no choice left.
[01:55:59.600 --> 01:56:14.600] To my memory, this is the first time that our little fundraising meter has run for two consecutive years without having an end date, okay?
[01:56:14.600 --> 01:56:22.600] It is just run and run because in that two years, we have not met the funding goal to cover the cost of the network.
[01:56:22.600 --> 01:56:29.600] We have scraped by on the skin of our teeth and the edge of our fingernails.
[01:56:29.600 --> 01:56:35.600] Ever since this fundraiser went into being and we started asking for the money,
[01:56:35.600 --> 01:56:40.600] we have gotten just enough to meet the next month and get on,
[01:56:40.600 --> 01:56:44.600] but nothing to meet the goal of being able just to operate for the year.
[01:56:44.600 --> 01:56:49.600]  And it's sad. It's really sad.
[01:56:49.600 --> 01:56:54.600] I don't know what to say or do about it, but it is what it is.
[01:56:54.600 --> 01:56:58.600] So, oh, and while I'm thinking about it,
[01:56:58.600 --> 01:57:03.600] to my middle brother and sister siblings out there, happy birthday.
[01:57:03.600 --> 01:57:14.600] Today is their birthday and they are exactly 11 days short of one month
[01:57:14.600 --> 01:57:21.600] or two years and 11 days short of exactly two years younger than me.
[01:57:21.600 --> 01:57:29.600] And the younger brother is exactly two days short of being exactly three years younger than me.
[01:57:29.600 --> 01:57:34.600] His birthday actually comes two days before mine on the calendar,
[01:57:34.600 --> 01:57:38.600] but three years after mine in the line of life.
[01:57:38.600 --> 01:57:46.600] So that being said, March and April are birthday months for most of the folks in my family.
[01:57:46.600 --> 01:57:50.600] All right, we finally had the music coming for the end of the show.
[01:57:50.600 --> 01:57:53.600] I tried to give everybody as much time to call in as it could
[01:57:53.600 --> 01:57:56.600]  and I only had a handful, but that's okay.
[01:57:56.600 --> 01:58:01.600] If you're out there and listening, I want you to know we appreciate what you've done for us.
[01:58:01.600 --> 01:58:05.600] If you've done anything for us at all and we're not begrudging that,
