[06:14.960 --> 06:21.560] lured me from the car. They actually said, uh, I can't hand you this citation book because
[06:21.560 --> 06:28.440] I'm scared you might steal it. And I'm surrounded by cops and men standing there with guns.
[06:28.440 --> 06:33.040] So I figured it was a citation to be over with. So I stepped out of the car, signed it
[06:33.040 --> 06:38.640] under threat, and they closed the car door and wouldn't let me back in it. And they seized
[06:38.640 --> 06:43.680] my car claiming that I had no insurance. When in fact I had insurance, I just mistakenly

[34:51.960 --> 35:01.160] front of him. And then get him to ignore the law because we bring out Jacqueline V. Chambers.

[35:13.880 --> 35:22.920] so is an abuse of discretion. An abuse of discretion that denies the citizen in the phone free access

[38:37.000 --> 38:46.520] Richardson. He is in Dallas County, Garland, Texas. He filed criminal charges, tried to file
[38:46.520 --> 38:52.280] criminal charges with Dallas County Grand Jury and ignored it. So he filed criminal charges against
[38:52.280 --> 38:57.480] foreman of the Dallas County Grand Jury with the Tarrant County Grand Jury. The foreman of the
[38:57.480 --> 39:01.880] Tarrant County Grand Jury sent him a letter back saying that he found no Tarrant County
[39:01.880 --> 39:09.160] offenses subject to indictment. So he filed against the Tarrant County Grand Jury foreman
[39:10.040 --> 39:16.120] with the Wise County Grand Jury. And Greg Lowry, the district attorney for Wise County,
[39:16.120 --> 39:22.360] did what the law commanded him to do and gave that complaint to the Grand Jury.
[39:23.480 --> 39:30.440] Now, haven't heard if the Grand Jury has ruled on it or not, but how would you like to be the
[39:30.440 --> 39:38.360] foreman of a Grand Jury can be presented with a criminal complaint against the foreman of another
[39:38.360 --> 39:49.240] Grand Jury for not acting on a criminal complaint against another foreman of another Grand Jury?
[39:49.240 --> 40:04.680] Oh, that's funny. Here's the deal. The way I read the code, when you give a prosecuting attorney
[40:05.320 --> 40:12.760] notice that a crime has been committed, and you do that by verified criminal affidavit,
[40:12.760 --> 40:21.560] when you give a prosecuting attorney verified criminal affidavit, if you are above the age
[40:21.560 --> 40:30.440] of 18 and you have never been convicted of a felony, you are by definition a credible person.
[40:31.640 --> 40:39.160] Makes no difference if he believes you or not. You are statutorily a credible person.
[40:39.160 --> 40:45.000] But when he is made known by a credible person, and you do so by verified criminal affidavit,
[40:46.280 --> 40:51.160] that a public official has violated a law relating to his office, he is commanded
[40:52.600 --> 40:59.080] to reduce the complaint to an information and submit it to the Grand Jury, no discretion of any kind.
[41:00.600 --> 41:05.480] So you give that, never give to the Grand Jury. Then you make up a complaint against
[41:05.480 --> 41:13.880] the prosecutor and send it to the foreman of the Grand Jury, addressed to the prosecutor's
[41:13.880 --> 41:22.040] office. That's where the Grand Jury address is. And you do it in certified return receipt,
[41:22.040 --> 41:27.000] certified restricted return receipt. That means only the person named can open it.
[41:28.040 --> 41:33.400] But the guy in the mailroom is going to sign for it and they're going to put it on the prosecutor's
[41:33.400 --> 41:37.320] desk and he's going to open it with all the other ones. And he's going to see criminal charges
[41:37.320 --> 41:44.280] against himself. But he's not going to let criminal charges against himself get to his Grand Jury.
[41:46.040 --> 41:52.280] So here's another little interesting tidbit that I pulled out of the code, or actually
[41:53.080 --> 41:58.920] that I didn't pull out of the code and that's the interesting tidbit. I filed a complaint
[41:58.920 --> 42:07.160] myself several years ago with the Tarrant County Grand Jury against the Dallas County District
[42:07.160 --> 42:15.160] Attorney. And I got the same letter Scott got. It said that we find the foreman said that he found
[42:15.160 --> 42:28.600] no Tarrant County offense subject to indictment. Well, Tarrant County, now a Grand Jury is convening
[42:28.600 --> 42:37.480] to in every county in the state. The judge who convenes that Grand Jury has a venue restriction.
[42:38.920 --> 42:47.960] For instance, the Grand Jury in Tarrant County was convened by a district judge whose jurisdiction
[42:47.960 --> 42:58.520] is restricted to Tarrant County. And somehow the Grand Jury got the idea that its venue was restricted
[42:58.520 --> 43:07.880] to Tarrant County. What's the problem with that? Because in Wise County, the district judge for
[43:07.880 --> 43:17.240] Wise County has a venue restriction. And that venue restriction includes or expands to Wise
[43:17.240 --> 43:25.400] Jack and Montague counties. Now, he appoints a Grand Jury in each one of those. So what's the
[43:25.400 --> 43:30.680] venue of those? Are those Grand Juries who are about to go to break? When we come back
[43:30.680 --> 43:37.400] on the other side, I will show why there is no venue restriction for a Grand Jury. They are a

[47:45.040 --> 47:52.640] subjects that we address is the process of going after these guys.
[47:52.640 --> 47:58.400] The documents that the traffic ticket site drops down are for the purpose of setting
[47:58.400 --> 48:05.560] them up and everything is about setting them up.
[48:05.560 --> 48:10.960] So once we get them set up, then we start hammering them with criminal complaints.
[48:10.960 --> 48:15.640] And when you send them to criminal complaints, they're just going to trash them.
[48:15.640 --> 48:25.320] And when they do every step they take, the level of accusation increases.
[48:25.320 --> 48:32.040] When you start filing criminal charges against the district attorney, because he protected
[48:32.040 --> 48:42.880] this chump municipal attorney in Podunk, Texas, or in this case, since it's the county, you're
[48:42.880 --> 48:50.520] going to ask the district attorney to ask the grand jury to indict the county attorney.
[48:50.520 --> 48:51.520] That's wonderful.
[48:51.520 --> 48:54.360] And he's not going to do it.
[48:54.360 --> 48:59.800] So then you file against the district attorney with the district judge and the district
[48:59.800 --> 49:01.760] judge is not going to act on it.
[49:01.760 --> 49:06.600] You file against the district judge with the district attorney and ask him to present the
[49:06.600 --> 49:11.960] district judge to the grand jury for not acting on criminal complaints against him.
[49:11.960 --> 49:15.640] It just turns into a horrible mess for these guys.
[49:15.640 --> 49:22.160] And then if they block you from the grand jury, then you start sending them to grand
[49:22.160 --> 49:26.640] juries in other counties.
[49:26.640 --> 49:32.360] And when the district attorney in another county doesn't give your complaints to the grand jury,
[49:32.360 --> 49:34.800] you file against the district attorney.
[49:34.800 --> 49:43.400] Or if he, like in Tarrant County, I think the prosecutor makes up this letter and gives
[49:43.400 --> 49:45.920] it to the foreman to sign.
[49:45.920 --> 49:49.040] He probably doesn't even know what it is.
[49:49.040 --> 49:53.080] But that's wonderful, because now we get to file criminal charges against the foreman
[49:53.080 --> 49:56.560] of the grand jury.
[49:56.560 --> 50:01.040] Someone had a prosecutor ask me once to please leave his grand jury alone.
[50:01.040 --> 50:04.280] They're hard enough to see it as it is.
[50:04.280 --> 50:09.920] When you start filing criminally against grand jury members, oh, they're going to get real
[50:09.920 --> 50:10.920] unhappy.
[50:10.920 --> 50:16.920] And the problem the courts have is there's not anything that can do about it.
[50:16.920 --> 50:23.520] Do you have instructions on how to get in front of a grand jury?
[50:23.520 --> 50:27.960] And I have gotten in front of a grand jury, Johnson County I got in front of a grand jury.
[50:27.960 --> 50:32.600] But it's not necessary to get in front of a grand jury.
[50:32.600 --> 50:41.120] Making grand jury noises puts everybody's careers at risk.
[50:41.120 --> 50:47.960] And often the threat of a grand jury is much, much worse than the grand jury itself.
[50:47.960 --> 50:56.400] The likelihood of a grand jury inditing the prosecutor or the judge that impaneled them
[50:56.400 --> 51:02.200] or public officials is very, very slim.
[51:02.200 --> 51:07.400] So the threat of a grand jury, that's what scares them.
[51:07.400 --> 51:12.640] I went into my prosecutor's office one day and Greg's sitting there with his head in
[51:12.640 --> 51:13.640] his hand.
[51:13.640 --> 51:22.360] No matter, Greg, those darn grand jurors, you never know what they're going to do.
[51:22.360 --> 51:29.840] I held up both hands in the air and looked up at the ceiling and said, there is a God.
[51:29.840 --> 51:33.760] I could not have heard anything better.
[51:33.760 --> 51:39.880] You hear these people saying that the prosecutor controls the grand jury.
[51:39.880 --> 51:42.960] He does no such thing.
[51:42.960 --> 51:51.360] Williams, I mean Scalia and USB Williams said that any prosecutor worth his salt can get
[51:51.360 --> 51:53.200] a ham sandwich indicted.
[51:53.200 --> 51:55.520] Well, maybe.
[51:55.520 --> 52:01.160] But the problem they have is keeping the ham sandwich from getting indicted.
[52:01.160 --> 52:05.640] And when you're in there filing criminal charges against them and their buddies and the judges
[52:05.640 --> 52:10.240] and the foremen of the grand jury, they got a...
[52:10.240 --> 52:13.000] Your ham too.
[52:13.000 --> 52:14.000] Now they're sweating.
[52:14.000 --> 52:17.000] Now, they're not going to let you know they're sweating.
[52:17.000 --> 52:20.440] They're going to do everything they can to hide that from you.
[52:20.440 --> 52:26.080] Well, I'll be keeping in touch with you about the grand jury, but Joe Milam wanted me to
[52:26.080 --> 52:33.680] ask you about the Department of Transportation Private Operator Method that you use so that
[52:33.680 --> 52:35.680] people can use it.
[52:35.680 --> 52:42.000] Yes, Eddie doesn't like it because it feels like I'm entered into a contract with the government.
[52:42.000 --> 52:45.000] And I am.
[52:45.000 --> 52:55.440] I am giving the federal government and everybody official notice that I am a private operator
[52:55.440 --> 52:57.720] not in commerce.
[52:57.720 --> 53:02.800] And I do that by going to the Department of Transportation in Washington, DC, go on their
[53:02.800 --> 53:05.960] site and fill out a DOT application.
[53:05.960 --> 53:09.000] DOT app, okay.
[53:09.000 --> 53:13.800] And in that application, there's a place to check the type of operator that you are and
[53:13.800 --> 53:17.760] you check private operator not in commerce.
[53:17.760 --> 53:28.040] If you have a construction company and you move dirt or knock down buildings and you
[53:28.040 --> 53:35.200] have to haul this refuse off or you have to haul rock, gravel, sand in, that's part of
[53:35.200 --> 53:36.920] your job.
[53:36.920 --> 53:40.720] You're not in the business of hauling sand and gravel.
[53:40.720 --> 53:42.680] It costs you to do that.
[53:42.680 --> 53:49.480] You have bid this job and every truckload you bring in lowers the amount of profit you're

[54:12.360 --> 54:22.200] to another warehouse to get a new load, he's not on the clock, he's not on the log.

[54:25.240 --> 54:27.400] He's not in commerce.
[54:27.400 --> 54:32.560] Even though he's driving a vehicle that's normally only used in commerce, he's not in

[54:35.680 --> 54:41.720] When I put that DOT number on the back of my car, every time I got stopped, I'd ask
[54:41.720 --> 54:45.520] the officer, did you see that DOT number on the back of my car?
[54:45.520 --> 54:47.280] They always said, oh no, I didn't notice it.
[54:47.280 --> 54:49.160] You might want to notice that.
[54:49.160 --> 54:55.160] They come back and give me a warning every single time.
[54:55.160 --> 55:00.960] They do exactly what that meant.
[55:00.960 --> 55:09.080] You go to the Department of Transportation private operator and it is stated on the license

[01:05:35.240 --> 01:05:44.720] I've got about five bar grievances suing, and I have a quo warranto up at the attorney
[01:05:44.720 --> 01:05:50.800] general on the judge that presided over my reign there.

[01:05:56.520 --> 01:06:02.320] It's basically, there's three things that they're to look at.
[01:06:02.320 --> 01:06:09.680] And after about 14 days, if they don't act on it, then it gives me authorization to act
[01:06:09.680 --> 01:06:10.680] on it myself.
[01:06:10.680 --> 01:06:16.560] And what that is about is we found out that the judge did not have an oath of office,
[01:06:16.560 --> 01:06:20.920] or at least it wasn't valid, and he's a retired judge.
[01:06:20.920 --> 01:06:26.640] They bring him into cases all over several counties here to do dirty work, and they brought
[01:06:26.640 --> 01:06:30.400] him in one time on my case to do dirty work.
[01:06:30.400 --> 01:06:33.240] And we found out a bunch of stuff about him.
[01:06:33.240 --> 01:06:39.360] I went to Sacramento and requested his oath of office, and because I got a different oath
[01:06:39.360 --> 01:06:45.200] of office in Santa Clara County, and what we're finding is he really hasn't signed
[01:06:45.200 --> 01:06:49.000] an oath of office since 2001.
[01:06:49.000 --> 01:06:52.560] And I don't know what they're coming back with.
[01:06:52.560 --> 01:06:59.280] You know, at first, they of course didn't get my quo warranto, which was sent to them
[01:06:59.280 --> 01:07:01.440] registered mail.
[01:07:01.440 --> 01:07:07.320] And after getting up and making complaints via emails to superiors, I immediately got
[01:07:07.320 --> 01:07:14.880] a contact from the person in Los Angeles that's responsible for processing this.
[01:07:14.880 --> 01:07:18.600] But where we're really at, Randy, let me refresh your memory.
[01:07:18.600 --> 01:07:26.560] I sent those criminal complaints in to the addressed, to the foreman of the criminal
[01:07:26.560 --> 01:07:31.360] grand jury, of course the address is the district attorney's office.
[01:07:31.360 --> 01:07:39.080] And if you recall, I got a letter back from one of the underlings of the DA.
[01:07:39.080 --> 01:07:45.160] She admitted in a letter to me that she opened the mail, which was registered mail, address
[01:07:45.160 --> 01:07:50.360] he only, and she was sending it back to me, and she also informed me I had no right to
[01:07:50.360 --> 01:07:59.160] address the criminal grand jury, that only the special guy, the DA, had that right.
[01:07:59.160 --> 01:08:08.880] And so we have filed with the FBI, somebody at the top of the mail, and we've now put
[01:08:08.880 --> 01:08:17.160] in charges against her for, you know, for tampering with a U.S. mail.
[01:08:17.160 --> 01:08:22.800] No tampering, and we've got that complaint that's been out there now about a week and
[01:08:22.800 --> 01:08:23.800] a half or so.
[01:08:23.800 --> 01:08:27.080] I haven't heard anything yet.
[01:08:27.080 --> 01:08:32.680] And based on what I heard earlier tonight, the next step is going to be, because I did
[01:08:32.680 --> 01:08:40.600] send it to the San Francisco Special, FBI at the San Francisco office, what do you call

[01:10:30.440 --> 01:10:34.080] It's taken over a year and a half for the appellate court to really get going on it and
[01:10:34.080 --> 01:10:42.000] I just submitted my opening brief on Monday and it's a good one.
[01:10:42.000 --> 01:10:46.360] And I think, you know, I bring this up because also going to this charge.
[01:10:46.360 --> 01:10:54.680] Number one, on the day that it's alleged that I recorded a quit claim deed, the property
[01:10:54.680 --> 01:10:58.600] was shown to be in my name.
[01:10:58.600 --> 01:11:03.320] Number two, because we have civil litigation going on and I think there's a darn good
[01:11:03.320 --> 01:11:08.440] chance that the appellate court has no choice but to reverse the trial court on the quiet
[01:11:08.440 --> 01:11:09.440] title.
[01:11:09.440 --> 01:11:17.160] One, because I was defaulted in that quiet title case 12 days after I filed a bankruptcy
[01:11:17.160 --> 01:11:20.440] and had an automatic bankruptcy state.
[01:11:20.440 --> 01:11:27.000] But there's also other reasons, including the law out here, it's, I forget, it's seven,
[01:11:27.000 --> 01:11:33.280] four, six or something, states that there's no such thing as a default when you're taking
[01:11:33.280 --> 01:11:38.600] property in California and that there has to be an evidentiary hearing and even a default
[01:11:38.600 --> 01:11:42.880] to party is to be properly noticed and participate in that.
[01:11:42.880 --> 01:11:48.000] And I was not told of this because the lawyer that's on the other side of this knows he's
[01:11:48.000 --> 01:11:55.000] got a defective title and that his trustee's deed is defective on its face.
[01:11:55.000 --> 01:12:02.960] And so that's why he snuck into court while I was on my deathbed from heart attacks and
[01:12:02.960 --> 01:12:07.640] got a judge who'd never seen the case, had nothing to do with it, a case that had been
[01:12:07.640 --> 01:12:13.840] going on for more than two and a half years, so in five minutes he gave him my house, not
[01:12:13.840 --> 01:12:15.840] knowing a darn thing.
[01:12:15.840 --> 01:12:24.320] And in fact, I got the transcript from that five-minute trial and he says in there, well
[01:12:24.320 --> 01:12:29.120] I don't think if Mr. Scott was here he'd have any standing to say anything anyway, which
[01:12:29.120 --> 01:12:33.480] is also in my appeal because that's absolutely wrong.
[01:12:33.480 --> 01:12:40.320] But back, I'm getting beat over the head here with a criminal case that's fake and they're
[01:12:40.320 --> 01:12:49.520] all conspiring to help steal my home and that's really what it all comes down to and my next
[01:12:49.520 --> 01:12:58.320] move is going to be moving for the trial date to be vacated because they're playing games
[01:12:58.320 --> 01:12:59.320] with the discovery.
[01:12:59.320 --> 01:13:02.240] They're refusing to give me the discovery.
[01:13:02.240 --> 01:13:07.640] The one big important thing I'm trying to find is some law that they have to give me
[01:13:07.640 --> 01:13:10.080] this discovery in hard copy.
[01:13:10.080 --> 01:13:16.440] What they've done is they've given me six plastic CDs and they go, here's your discovery.
[01:13:16.440 --> 01:13:19.560] And I'm saying it's not discovery, I don't know what to do with this.

[01:13:31.800 --> 01:13:39.400] the spirit of discovery, also there are individuals involved in Los Angeles in this case and

[01:13:46.600 --> 01:13:53.120] Some documents were recorded down there by an individual claiming to be my power of attorney
[01:13:53.120 --> 01:13:56.480] signing my name in a notary book down there for example.
[01:13:56.480 --> 01:14:02.480] That's the one thing they did give us but they gave it to us heavily redacted.
[01:14:02.480 --> 01:14:09.480] So I know I covered a lot of ground there but back to the criminal complaint, we're
[01:14:09.480 --> 01:14:17.720] at the level where we sent this, we sent in a criminal complaint after Terry, the deputy

[01:14:22.360 --> 01:14:27.160] We then wrote a new criminal complaint against her and the district attorney claiming that
[01:14:27.160 --> 01:14:32.160] they were working in collusion and that he instructed her to secret my complaints from
[01:14:32.160 --> 01:14:38.440] the DA and she obstructed and messed with the mail and that we believe they're both involved
[01:14:38.440 --> 01:14:43.040] and then I sent that in about a week and a half ago, haven't heard a word, okay.
[01:14:43.040 --> 01:14:50.960] Now I sent that to the DA, I sent that to the FBI special agent in charge and I sent
[01:14:50.960 --> 01:14:54.880] it to the head of the US post office in DC.
[01:14:54.880 --> 01:15:01.880] I'm going to go online and fill out their mail, online at the US post office, you can
[01:15:01.880 --> 01:15:08.240] do an online complaint and I'm going to basically the same thing that we just talked about,

[01:37:05.440 --> 01:37:09.440] Then he turns around and brings up Pat's name saying, I know you get all your information
[01:37:09.440 --> 01:37:14.440] from Pat Baker, and Tyler had never brought up my husband's name on anything.
[01:37:14.440 --> 01:37:21.440] And then the next day, Border Patrol arrests my husband, you know, stops him before
[01:37:21.440 --> 01:37:24.440] sunrise and a suspicious vehicle.

[01:41:58.440 --> 01:42:03.440] But when you got 80 grand hanging over your head and you actually own something,
[01:42:03.440 --> 01:42:06.440] you know, they can come in and seize from you.
[01:42:06.440 --> 01:42:11.440] If you lose and it increases, that's what makes it so bad.

[01:42:16.440 --> 01:42:22.440] What I was wondering also is if after we do this, if we get the agreement
[01:42:22.440 --> 01:42:28.440] settled and we go back into court, I guess their attorneys will have to go

[01:50:06.440 --> 01:50:09.440] other places in town that are in violation.
[01:50:09.440 --> 01:50:14.440] There's an old town, the old railroad town, farming, you know.
[01:50:14.440 --> 01:50:19.440] And so things are not going to be like the bigger cities, you know, the ones that they
[01:50:19.440 --> 01:50:24.440] built, like Trophy Club and Southlake and all of that.
[01:50:24.440 --> 01:50:29.440] But they're just, it's a mess.
[01:50:29.440 --> 01:50:36.440] And so, you know, you and I mentioned, you and I were talking about going after the city
[01:50:36.440 --> 01:50:44.440] for not enforcing the codes on those people who are not in...
[01:50:44.440 --> 01:50:50.440] The apartment complex cannot even get any land to add parking spaces.
[01:50:50.440 --> 01:50:54.440] So they would have to be what we call non-conforming use, I suppose.
[01:50:54.440 --> 01:51:00.440] And then also the gas station not having enough property for 30 spaces.
[01:51:00.440 --> 01:51:08.440] So with them, you know, being in town, and I've been in town longer than they have,
[01:51:08.440 --> 01:51:11.440] it just doesn't make sense to me.
[01:51:11.440 --> 01:51:18.440] But it doesn't appear that you can go after them, the city, because they're not enforcing
[01:51:18.440 --> 01:51:20.440] on other people.

[01:51:24.440 --> 01:51:29.440] It's an issue I can't address because it's so specific to municipal law and that's not
[01:51:29.440 --> 01:51:31.440] something that I'm an expert in.
[01:51:31.440 --> 01:51:37.440] I could research it, but it doesn't seem right that you can be charged this incredibly
[01:51:37.440 --> 01:51:40.440] exorbitant amount.
[01:51:40.440 --> 01:51:44.440] I even looked up the library, the lounge and their code.
[01:51:44.440 --> 01:51:50.440] The library has to have 10 parking spaces on asphalt or concrete.

[01:54:49.440 --> 01:54:57.440] And I said, I don't care as long as they get filed and they make it where they need to make it.

[01:56:04.440 --> 01:56:05.440] But we don't have a bailiff.

[01:56:07.440 --> 01:56:15.440] I need someone in authority because when I talk to prosecutors, they tend to get excited.
[01:56:15.440 --> 01:56:19.440] And the prosecutor got excited and it wouldn't take my filing.

[01:56:21.440 --> 01:56:24.440] I had already told the mayor that, you know, I do this all the time.
[01:56:24.440 --> 01:56:30.440] It's great fun. You get to see a policeman do a kick and dance.
[01:56:30.440 --> 01:56:33.440] So we asked the policeman to arrest another public official.
[01:56:33.440 --> 01:56:36.440] You get to see him do this little chicken dance.
[01:56:36.440 --> 01:56:47.440] And when I asked the policeman to arrest the prosecutor and the mayor, the cops start shifting from one foot to the other.
