[00:00.000 --> 00:07.680] The following news flash is brought to you by The Lone Star Lowdown, providing the jelly
[00:07.680 --> 00:15.440] bulletins for the commodities market, today in history, news updates, and the inside scoop
[00:15.440 --> 00:23.600] into the tides of the alternative.
[00:23.600 --> 00:29.600] Markets for the 11th of April 2018 close with gold $1,353.22 an ounce.
[00:29.600 --> 00:38.720]  Over $16.68 an ounce, Texas crude $65.51 a barrel, bitcoins at $6,902.19, ethereums at
[00:38.720 --> 00:55.600]  $420.80, bitcoin cash at $652.90, and finally light coins at $114.34, a crypto coin.
[00:55.600 --> 01:01.280] Today in history, the year 1968, President Lyndon M. Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act
[01:01.280 --> 01:06.680] of 1968, which prohibited private businesses from discriminating based on race, color, religion,
[01:06.680 --> 01:08.080]  sex, or national origin.
[01:08.080 --> 01:13.240] It also prohibited unequal application of voter registration requirements, racial segregation
[01:13.240 --> 01:18.400] in public schools, and employment, and public accommodations for places of business.
[01:18.400 --> 01:28.720] In recent news, tensions in Syria seem to reach new levels after a chemical attack on civilians
[01:28.720 --> 01:33.000] in the city of Douma, which left 40 dead and many injured, an attack which is being blamed
[01:33.000 --> 01:37.600] on the democratically elected president of Syria, Bashar al-Assad, by the United States
[01:37.600 --> 01:42.080] and on Israel by Russia, either accusatory narrative without any verified evidence as
[01:42.080 --> 01:43.400]  of yet.
[01:43.400 --> 01:47.240] President Trump tweeted today Wednesday that if, quote, Russia vows to shoot down any and
[01:47.240 --> 01:51.600] all missiles fired at Syria, get ready, Russia, because they will be coming in nice and new
[01:51.600 --> 01:56.400] and smart, going on to warn Russia that you shouldn't be partners with a gas-killing animal
[01:56.400 --> 01:58.640] who kills his people and enjoys it.
[01:58.640 --> 02:02.680] Many in the West, including President Trump, have been quick to conclude that this chemical
[02:02.680 --> 02:06.840] attack must have been conducted by Assad and his forces.
[02:06.840 --> 02:11.120] Syria and Russia, on the other hand, have given approval since yesterday for the organization
[02:11.120 --> 02:15.640] for the prohibition of chemical weapons to investigate the side of the chemical slaughter.
[02:15.640 --> 02:19.440] Assad has been successful in maintaining rule and support during Syria's seven-year civil
[02:19.440 --> 02:24.040] war, a civil war that is being fought by the government of Syria and anti-Assad Syrian
[02:24.040 --> 02:28.840] rebels that are openly being funded by Western governments, with ISIS being one of the more
[02:28.840 --> 02:32.560] notorious splinter groups of the American-backed Syrian rebels.
[02:32.560 --> 02:37.880] No surprise then why Russian Foreign Minister Spokeswoman Maria Zakhova posted on Facebook
[02:37.880 --> 02:42.240] that smart missiles should be fired at terrorists and not at a legitimate government, which
[02:42.240 --> 02:46.800] has been fighting terrorists, or is this a trick to destroy all traces with a smart
[02:46.800 --> 03:15.880] missile strike and then there will be no evidence for international inspectors to look at.
[03:16.800 --> 03:27.080]  I'm not sure what you're going to do.
[03:27.080 --> 03:32.120] What you're going to do, what you're going to do when they come for you.
[03:32.120 --> 03:38.360] What you're going to do, what you're going to do when they come for you.
[03:38.360 --> 03:43.360] When you were eight and you had bad dreams, you go to school and learn to go and then
[03:43.360 --> 03:44.360]  lose.
[03:44.360 --> 03:46.720] So why are you acting like a bloody fool?
[03:46.720 --> 03:48.600]  You're acting like a fucking monster.
[03:48.600 --> 03:49.600]  Cool.
[03:49.600 --> 03:54.180] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're going to do, what you're going to do when they come for
[03:54.180 --> 03:55.180]  you.
[03:55.180 --> 03:59.440] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're going to do, what you're going to do when they come for
[03:59.440 --> 04:00.440]  you.
[04:00.440 --> 04:04.280] You're choked on that one, you're choked on this one, you're choked on your mother,
[04:04.280 --> 04:06.800] you're choked on your father, you're choked on your mother.
[04:06.800 --> 04:07.800]  Okay.
[04:07.800 --> 04:08.800]  Howdy, howdy.
[04:08.800 --> 04:13.800] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law radio, on this the 13th day of September
[04:13.800 --> 04:25.120] 2018 and things are going along really well on the funding project for the
[04:25.120 --> 04:29.800] electronic lawyer. We're hoping that within a month or so we'll actually have
[04:29.800 --> 04:34.560] some real funding so we can start cranking this thing up and as soon as
[04:34.560 --> 04:41.680] that happens I will start to upgrade the traffic site and we'll make that one
[04:41.680 --> 04:53.320] more functional and start to. And okay we do have a caller already Scott. Scott
[04:53.320 --> 05:04.520] has been pretty busy. Scott what do you have for us today? Well howdy, howdy. Let
[05:04.520 --> 05:08.880] everybody know that I have those criminal complaint filed with the brand
[05:08.880 --> 05:14.640] jury and I still haven't heard anything back yet and your website is still
[05:14.640 --> 05:19.320] messed up. I don't know how people can tune in to listen to this. Do you have any
[05:19.320 --> 05:26.160] ideas? Okay we've got that straightened out. There were some backside server
[05:26.160 --> 05:30.320] issues where the serving company, server company had sold out to somebody else
[05:30.320 --> 05:34.120] and they had to move stuff around so they had some issues but we're getting
[05:34.120 --> 05:42.560] it all back up now. Okay well I was still unable to tune in so I'm sure if I'm having
[05:42.560 --> 05:47.320] problems there's probably some other people. Randy can I address this please?
[05:47.320 --> 05:52.480] Yeah Deb were you come in and kind of explain what's going on? Yes Scott you just may need to clear your browser
[05:52.480 --> 05:57.680] cache because I've had the website back up for a few days now and also people
[05:57.680 --> 06:01.640] don't need the website to listen. You've never needed the website to listen. This
[06:01.640 --> 06:06.840] is an internet radio station so you can just pull up any radio streaming app
[06:06.840 --> 06:11.920] like tune in or you know dozens of others and just do a station search for
[06:11.920 --> 06:21.200]  logosradionetwork.com. We've been on the air. Well I don't know why then you
[06:21.200 --> 06:25.280] must be having trouble with your computer because we've been on the air
[06:25.280 --> 06:29.640] thousands of people have been listening on the you know internet radio
[06:29.640 --> 06:33.800] streaming apps. We did have some we have had some problems with our
[06:33.800 --> 06:39.760] server hosting company that just kind of flaked out and I changed
[06:39.760 --> 06:45.320] hosting earlier this week and everything the website's back up at least a
[06:45.320 --> 06:49.360] skeleton version of the website. I have to I'm gonna have to totally rebuild the
[06:49.360 --> 06:54.840] website from scratch but everything's there. Everything's there that anyone
[06:54.840 --> 06:59.080] needs to listen that's for sure which is there's a listen link at the top and if
[06:59.080 --> 07:03.200] people want to donate or buy Eddie's traffic seminar or if people want to buy
[07:03.200 --> 07:09.800] Randy's book or Jurisdictionary any anything of you know the critical the
[07:09.800 --> 07:15.320] critical links are all back. I don't have my schedule page back or other things
[07:15.320 --> 07:19.680] I'm gonna have to totally rebuild the website but no one has ever needed the
[07:19.680 --> 07:25.520] the website is not important as far as being able to listen. People should
[07:25.520 --> 07:30.360] be people should be using an internet radio streaming app anyway or you can
[07:30.360 --> 07:35.800] bookmark the listen link that's on the website on my website and then just you
[07:35.800 --> 07:40.520] just have it bookmarked in like Winamp or Windows Media Player or iTunes or
[07:40.520 --> 07:51.200] anything like that. The problem Scott was having is with his neck it's too
[07:51.200 --> 08:08.600] red. It's pretty sad when a red neck has to start figuring some of this stuff out
[08:08.600 --> 08:17.160] when it comes to holding some of these public officials accountable so the
[08:17.160 --> 08:24.480]  the complaint's coming in and now I've got a follow-up letter so that I'm gonna
[08:24.480 --> 08:29.920] send that to the foreman of the grand jury in the morning because I haven't
[08:29.920 --> 08:37.920] received the cover page signed back yet so I was gonna kind of read it a little
[08:37.920 --> 08:42.200] bit to you and see what you thought about it because it's pretty sport if you
[08:42.200 --> 08:50.160] want it. Yeah go ahead. Okay well let me know naturally I didn't pull. Scott do you
[08:50.160 --> 08:55.560] have any big words in there that will be hard for a red neck to read? Oh that's
[08:55.560 --> 09:05.440] right a redneck wrote them. No free rides around here Scott. Okay go ahead.
[09:05.440 --> 09:12.440] And you know the best part about all this is when I had to learn to take CE forces on
[09:12.440 --> 09:17.920] this insure and found out only two things out of this whole force which was
[09:17.920 --> 09:24.480] the vicarious and strict liability and that was very interesting because it
[09:24.480 --> 09:31.600] really tied a lot of this together. So on this follow-up letter I basically just
[09:31.600 --> 09:35.920] say and I'm writing an information request to discover the woman that achieved
[09:35.920 --> 09:40.040] the criminal complaint that were mailed to the grand jury on August 22nd 2018.
[09:40.040 --> 09:45.240] I attached the cover page requesting the foreman to be initial and return in
[09:45.240 --> 09:48.760] the self-adjusted envelope that was mailed out the following day the
[09:48.760 --> 09:54.000] complaints that were submitted. As of September 13th 2018 I have not received
[09:54.000 --> 09:58.680] the request back there for triggering this letter sent to you today. Please respond
[09:58.680 --> 10:04.840] as soon as possible by mail or e-mail up so that I can memorialize what has been
[10:04.840 --> 10:11.280] taken or if they have been received by the foreman at all. Thanks for your service.
[10:12.200 --> 10:19.120] And who did you send that to? That's who I'm gonna send it to. I haven't sent it yet.
[10:19.120 --> 10:25.520] Now who were you gonna send it to? To the foreman of the grand jury. Oh perfect
[10:25.520 --> 10:34.520] perfect. Okay. And that would be interesting. That raises an interesting question. Who is
[10:34.520 --> 10:47.960] the custodian of the record for the grand jury? Hmm that is interesting. I wouldn't
[10:47.960 --> 10:55.720] think it could be the prosecuting attorney. And if it is the foreman, that's an
[10:55.720 --> 11:03.280] issue because the foreman is transitory. He's only there for a term. That could
[11:03.280 --> 11:07.600] raise a real interesting question. You'll certainly claim that the foreman is the
[11:07.600 --> 11:16.680] custodian of the record for the period of his tenure. And then you get the hold
[11:16.680 --> 11:22.600] of foreman responsible for the open records act. And if the prosecuting
[11:22.600 --> 11:28.920] attorney gets it and screws it up, then you get to file against the foreman. And
[11:28.920 --> 11:37.560] won't that be fun? And that's ultimately where we're going to. The tar baby effect
[11:37.560 --> 11:43.640] it gets the foreman into where he has to touch it. And then once he touches it, he's
[11:43.640 --> 11:53.000] joined the club of them all there. And I had a prosecutor once, Barry Green, when
[11:53.000 --> 11:58.240] I was going to file criminal charges against the grand jury, the foreman of
[11:58.240 --> 12:04.200] the grand jury. Oh Mr. Kelton, please don't mess with my grand jury. They're
[12:04.200 --> 12:13.760] hard enough to see as it is. And I thought that was very good to hear because
[12:13.760 --> 12:20.280] grand jury sit for an extended period. So if you've got some guy that has a
[12:20.280 --> 12:27.040] regular job, you can cost him his job forcing him to sit on a grand jury. So
[12:27.040 --> 12:32.520] it's difficult to find people who can spend the kind of time that's necessary
[12:32.520 --> 12:37.400] to sit on a grand jury in these smaller jurisdictions. They have a six-month term
[12:37.400 --> 12:44.200] and they meet generally once a month. So that's not so intrusive. But in Dallas,
[12:44.200 --> 12:50.160] Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, they generally sit for three months at a time
[12:50.160 --> 12:58.120] and they come in every day or every other day. So if you're putting on a grand
[12:58.120 --> 13:06.840] jury, you can't be working somewhere or it'll dramatically impact your work
[13:06.840 --> 13:13.400] environment. So it's got to be really hard to see them. And if we start stinging
[13:13.400 --> 13:20.200] the grand jury for the shenanigans the prosecutors pulling, they're gonna have
[13:20.200 --> 13:26.120] to do something. They're gonna have to make sure we don't have a shot at the
[13:26.120 --> 13:32.360] grand jury members themselves. That probably means they're gonna have to
[13:32.360 --> 13:39.560] start following the law to the letter. That does kind of put the squeeze on a
[13:39.560 --> 13:49.120] real time, it seems like. And okay, have you spoke to the major yet? No, and I wanted
[13:49.120 --> 13:54.480] to kind of share this. This is fortunately your friend David, I believe.
[13:54.480 --> 14:02.880] Finally gave me the major to just reading his name, or I'll pull it up again.
[14:02.880 --> 14:11.240] It's a major area, Casper Company B. And he just happens to be located at 350
[14:11.240 --> 14:20.040] West Interstate 30, Garland, Texas, right down the street from me. So me and Eric
[14:20.040 --> 14:26.240] might be on first name basis after a while. And this is good, because the
[14:26.240 --> 14:33.840] major is real close to the director. I was just talking to Ken Magnuson and he
[14:33.840 --> 14:40.600] was talking about an article he read about Sharon Wilson, the district
[14:40.600 --> 14:46.160] attorney for Tarrant County, and how she was secreting criminal complaints
[14:46.160 --> 14:57.440] against, I'm sorry, where she directed the Texas Rangers not to investigate
[14:57.440 --> 15:08.200] criminal accusations against the jailers in the Tarrant County jail. And Ken
[15:08.200 --> 15:17.120] indicated that by law the Rangers had to get authority, get approval from the
[15:17.120 --> 15:26.120] prosecuting attorney to investigate. And I said, no, Ken, that is not true. That's
[15:26.120 --> 15:34.080] what was in the article, but it was not true by protocol. When the
[15:34.080 --> 15:40.520] public integrity unit was moved to the Texas Rangers, the Texas Rangers were
[15:40.520 --> 15:46.680] required to set up a protocol, and the protocol they set was for the Texas
[15:46.680 --> 15:51.480] Ranger to ask permission from the prosecuting attorney. And that's because
[15:51.480 --> 15:58.920] prior to this, a Texas Ranger could only investigate a public official if he had
[15:58.920 --> 16:05.040] personal authorization from the director of the Department of Public
[16:05.040 --> 16:13.200] Safety himself. So they had this under political control. Well, then the Texas
[16:13.200 --> 16:17.200] Rangers were giving the specific authority to do this investigation, so now
[16:17.200 --> 16:21.840] they had to scramble to figure out how to way to keep political control. Thus, the
[16:21.840 --> 16:25.600] director couldn't do it anymore, so they shifted it to the prosecuting
[16:25.600 --> 16:35.040] attorney. The problem, under article 2.03, prosecuting attorney is forbidden to
[16:35.040 --> 16:39.440] have anything to do with a complaint against a public official. So their
[16:39.440 --> 16:43.200] protocol amounts to criminal conspiracy to commit, and we're planning on setting
[16:43.200 --> 16:47.840] up the major for just exactly that. Hang on. About to go to break. Randy
[16:47.840 --> 16:54.800] Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rula Law Radio, a call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be

[20:15.080 --> 20:22.600] I didn't run off the cliff. I noticed that you're getting better at this stuff. That
[20:22.600 --> 20:32.440] could be a first. Okay, so first off, first of all, so you like the letter that I'm
[20:32.440 --> 20:39.040] going to send, correct? Yes. Good. I've just printed them off and stuffed them in the envelope.
[20:39.040 --> 20:45.840] They're ready to go hot to dry tomorrow. Now, let's do the ranges. Although it is
[20:45.840 --> 20:52.080] our only way to throw him under the bus, technically that's not what I want to do.
[20:52.080 --> 20:57.920] I want to, now that we're setting up the district attorney because he's
[20:57.920 --> 21:02.960] secreting these complaints from the foreman of the grand jury and just like
[21:02.960 --> 21:07.400] you were talking about previous to the break how the Rangers thought we had to
[21:07.400 --> 21:12.560] get permission from the district attorney. Now we're creating a third degree of
[21:12.560 --> 21:18.920] separation because when we have the DA shielding these complaints from the
[21:18.920 --> 21:25.720] foreman of the grand jury, now how can you invoke the district attorney to tell
[21:25.720 --> 21:34.520] the ranger what to do when the DA is doing all this criminal act? This is kind of
[21:34.520 --> 21:39.640] how we've been setting that up. We get the district attorney to do these
[21:39.640 --> 21:45.880] criminal acts, then we we don't give anything to the grand jury, to the Texas
[21:45.880 --> 21:53.040] ranger until we have the prosecuting attorney implicated. So we give complaints
[21:53.040 --> 21:57.840] to the Texas ranger and they include criminal complaints against the district
[21:57.840 --> 22:05.640] attorney. So now he puts the ranger in a spot. Do you go to the district attorney
[22:05.640 --> 22:09.720] and ask the district attorney for permission to investigate criminal
[22:09.720 --> 22:17.280] accusations against the district attorney? How does that work Bubba? That's what I'm
[22:17.280 --> 22:23.280] talking about. Now we can set the Rangers up so they're strictly autonomous, have
[22:23.280 --> 22:29.240] that third degree of separation because they have to investigate and they can't
[22:29.240 --> 22:33.800] rely on the DA because he's already implicated in a criminal conspiracy.
[22:33.800 --> 22:41.440] What I'm really trying to do in that process is put the Rangers in a
[22:41.440 --> 22:47.200] position to where they're going to have to strenuously object against
[22:47.200 --> 22:52.960] prosecutor involvement in any situation. In Wise County I gave the complaints to
[22:52.960 --> 22:59.680] the Texas ranger. He took them to the district attorney. The district attorney
[22:59.680 --> 23:06.160] said I'm not having anything to do with those, but I charged the Texas ranger
[23:06.160 --> 23:11.880] with criminal conspiracy for taking it to the prosecuting attorney. I didn't charge
[23:11.880 --> 23:17.160] prosecutor with anything because he wouldn't touch them and that's because I
[23:17.160 --> 23:24.320] knew him and I already gave him fair warning. Touch those, you jump in, you
[23:24.320 --> 23:30.320] jump under the bus with the ranger. So he didn't touch them and then the ranger
[23:30.320 --> 23:34.040] didn't give them to the grand jury so I made criminal charges against
[23:34.040 --> 23:42.240] the ranger and the director. Next time I'll include the captain and the major.
[23:42.240 --> 23:48.400] But now we can take the complaints directly to the major and the
[23:48.400 --> 23:56.400] major is going to be a lot more political than just a standard ranger.
[23:56.400 --> 24:02.720] So the way you did it, I'm doing it the opposite way. So let's try something
[24:02.720 --> 24:08.280] different and see what kind of results we get.
[24:08.280 --> 24:15.000] Go ahead. Longest we get the rangers stirred up, we want them in a position
[24:15.000 --> 24:20.000] to where they've got guys like us filing criminal charges against them for
[24:20.000 --> 24:27.120] following protocol. Go ahead, follow your policy, Bubba. We see how that works for
[24:27.120 --> 24:37.360] you. So we get the rangers to push to get autonomy. We shouldn't have much blow
[24:37.360 --> 24:43.320] back from the rangers because we'll be telling the rangers you should not have
[24:43.320 --> 24:48.600] to go suck up to this prosecuting attorney. You should have autonomy in
[24:48.600 --> 24:54.640] these matters and our efforts here are to get you that autonomy. The way to do it
[24:54.640 --> 25:02.000] is to demonstrate the problem with the protocol. There you go. The protocol
[25:02.000 --> 25:10.480] should be, if you have reason to believe, investigate. Well, that's the way I'm
[25:10.480 --> 25:15.320] trying to go on edit like this because now the DA is already thrown under the
[25:15.320 --> 25:19.800] bus. It's pretty well going to be confirmed here in about a week or so.
[25:19.800 --> 25:25.240] And then when I go to the rangers, I'm going to say, look, I don't want to have
[25:25.240 --> 25:29.880] to throw you under the bus, but are you going to, are you going to jeopardize
[25:29.880 --> 25:37.200] your career over this DA that doesn't give a rest? But I'm not into that, do you?
[25:37.560 --> 25:43.520] Let him think about that. Yeah, so we don't come out the bad guy to the
[25:43.520 --> 25:51.400] ranger. And in that way, we may get the rangers to look at this, especially now
[25:51.400 --> 25:55.800] we're talking to the major. We get him to look at it and he'll have the year of
[25:55.800 --> 26:06.800] the director. And if he sees political cannon fodder coming at them, because
[26:06.800 --> 26:15.320] you and David and Tyler and we have someone in, I forgive his name at the
[26:15.320 --> 26:21.600] moment, a Rick in south of Austin, me, and we'll try to get some other people
[26:21.600 --> 26:27.360] filing criminal charges against rangers. They're going to look at the likelihood
[26:27.360 --> 26:35.520] that this is going to add up on them. And I don't see Brett on the board. He's
[26:35.520 --> 26:41.320] likely to be another one that'll be filing with the rangers as well. We start
[26:41.320 --> 26:45.800] stacking these up. They're going to have to do something about it. Brett has got
[26:45.800 --> 26:52.640] some, he's got a really apparently stupid judge. He filed criminal charges
[26:52.640 --> 26:58.800] against the judge and the judge sent the security, sent the bailiff out of the
[26:58.800 --> 27:05.200] room and then threatened Brett for filing the criminal complaint against
[27:05.200 --> 27:18.000] himself. When he didn't count on was Brett was recording. So now this judge
[27:18.000 --> 27:22.560] could be in big-time hot water and this is what we need. We need some judges
[27:22.560 --> 27:30.800] really hammered. David and Tyler just got a county judge recused. That almost
[27:30.800 --> 27:37.680] never happens. Got one recused. A good chance Brett'll get one recused because
[27:37.680 --> 27:43.320] the lawyer's clearly not the sharpest knife in the drawer. So if we get a
[27:43.320 --> 27:50.080] couple of judges bumped, then we get them put in front of the commission and
[27:50.080 --> 27:57.240] then get them having to deal with us potentially getting criminal accusations
[27:57.240 --> 28:02.240] processed against them. We'll have judges around the state that start to take a
[28:02.240 --> 28:11.480] closer look at the law and it doesn't take many. One or two judges getting
[28:11.480 --> 28:16.080] hammered with criminal charges like you're doing and now when you move up
[28:16.080 --> 28:21.920] away from that local court to officials that have the capacity to end these
[28:21.920 --> 28:26.960] guys' careers and you start hammering those guys, these guys in the local courts
[28:26.960 --> 28:36.320] are going to get worried. So you're doing good Scott. Well thank you and here's some
[28:36.320 --> 28:41.720] really interesting information that I heard this spring on talk radio. It
[28:41.720 --> 28:48.440] seems Governor Abbott has had a change of hunger about red like him and now he's
[28:48.440 --> 28:53.400] coming out and saying they all need to be removed and he's going to start
[28:53.400 --> 28:59.040] pressuring all the municipalities to start removing them and since the red
[28:59.040 --> 29:04.800] like cameras started in Garland, Texas that's where they originated out of. I
[29:04.800 --> 29:12.000] thought good lit. I think maybe some of the stuff that I said to the last judge
[29:12.000 --> 29:18.840] I was in front of, he probably took some of the stuff I had to hunger because we
[29:18.840 --> 29:24.600] had a really interesting conversation after he found me guilty. I'm going to talk to him.
[29:24.600 --> 29:33.320] And on an off the record conversation he told me that the legislature passes
[29:33.320 --> 29:39.480] these laws and calls all the judges down to discuss how these laws are supposed
[29:39.480 --> 29:45.920] to be implicated or implemented upon the people and he's in the judge said we
[29:45.920 --> 29:52.320] know as judges are sitting around wondering how to date there and I said
[29:52.320 --> 29:56.440] well so what are you saying? He said well they're trying to be correct. He said
[29:56.440 --> 30:04.360] you mean politically correct. He said exactly. In Wisconsin an elderly woman
[30:04.360 --> 30:09.160] who housed orphans was about to lose her home to foreclosure when her 12-year-old
[30:09.160 --> 30:13.520] grandson came to the rescue. I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht back with the story

[30:50.160 --> 30:55.480] on her doorstep after dark but at 72 she was in trouble. Her health failing she
[30:55.480 --> 30:59.520] couldn't pay the mortgage unless she found ten thousand dollars the bank would
[30:59.520 --> 31:03.480] foreclose. She appealed to her congressman her governor and even the
[31:03.480 --> 31:08.320] president but it was her grandson Noah who saved the day. The 12-year-old posted
[31:08.320 --> 31:12.640] her story on a website he created three years earlier. Noah's dream catcher
[31:12.640 --> 31:17.360] network to help hurricane victims. Within days enough money had poured in to
[31:17.360 --> 31:22.400] rescue Sparhawk her foster kids and their faith in America. I'm Dr. Katherine

[33:30.560 --> 33:36.600] Okay we are back. Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rula Roll Radio and Scott, you
[33:36.600 --> 33:44.440] scoundrel. You ran off the cliff. I blamed you that on the break and Deborah
[33:44.440 --> 33:55.760] accused me of it. And I didn't hear the music either or I took it out. Okay she
[33:55.760 --> 34:00.640] wouldn't let me blame it on you though. Okay now you were talking about this
[34:00.640 --> 34:06.920] judge. Yeah it was an off the record conversation and when we talked about the
[34:06.920 --> 34:12.800] legislators bringing them down to discuss how they are going to invoke these
[34:12.800 --> 34:19.000] new laws on the people the judge basically I said well what does that mean? He
[34:19.000 --> 34:22.200] goes they're trying to be correct. I said you mean politically correct? He goes
[34:22.200 --> 34:30.360] exactly. I said okay now that we know the system is broken how do we fix it? He
[34:30.360 --> 34:40.720] said it's going to take more people like you. I thought we're screwed. I mean how
[34:40.720 --> 34:47.240] many people are going to put that effort to go all the way not back down at all
[34:47.240 --> 34:54.680] but the judge had so much respect for me he shook my hand and that's pretty much
[34:54.680 --> 34:58.560] unheard of because they had like you got leprosy and they didn't even touch you.
[34:58.560 --> 35:05.320] So he really kind of likes me even though he even told me he said if I wasn't a
[35:05.320 --> 35:11.800] judge I would love to sit around and pick your brain. I was like wow that's
[35:11.800 --> 35:20.880] good. This is I've had a couple of experiences like that and it led me to
[35:20.880 --> 35:28.000] realize that there's no bad guys here. I mean there's a few really arrogant guys
[35:28.000 --> 35:35.080] but most of these people are in circumstances they didn't create and the
[35:35.080 --> 35:39.760] guys who are stuck in the middle of the system are not in a position to fix it
[35:39.760 --> 35:45.920] and he was exactly right it's going to take someone outside the system someone
[35:45.920 --> 35:54.080] like you you came in there and they could not control you they couldn't make
[35:54.080 --> 35:59.920] things work the way they wanted them to work because you were just not compliant
[35:59.920 --> 36:06.200] and you demonstrated the problems with the system in a way that everybody would
[36:06.200 --> 36:10.520] have to pay attention to them if we're going to change things this is how we're
[36:10.520 --> 36:17.520] going to do it and I can almost guarantee you you were not the only one this
[36:17.520 --> 36:24.640] judge talked to about you. I can almost assure you he's talked to other judges
[36:24.640 --> 36:30.760] about this this is a he's not the only judges that have a problem with the fact
[36:30.760 --> 36:37.120] that the system is messed up. I had a prosecuting attorney once that I was in
[36:37.120 --> 36:42.040] his office crawling down his throat he was a county attorney in Wise County and
[36:42.040 --> 36:47.480] he said one moment Mr. Kelton he got up walked around the desk closed the door
[36:47.480 --> 36:56.400] came back sat down he said if you repeat this I'll deny it but don't stop. He said
[36:56.400 --> 37:01.320] I was a prosecutor for Tarrant County for five years and I reached the point
[37:01.320 --> 37:08.520] that I just couldn't do it anymore. If anybody's going to fix the system it's
[37:08.520 --> 37:13.560] going to be you or someone like you so don't stop. He got up went and opened the
[37:13.560 --> 37:21.360] door came back sat down started arguing with me again. That was very telling and
[37:21.360 --> 37:26.640] I've had a number of police officers who were just mortified with the way the
[37:26.640 --> 37:32.520] system is but they didn't create it they they got into this business and they
[37:32.520 --> 37:38.000] found out it wasn't what they thought it was and now they don't know they want to
[37:38.000 --> 37:44.040] be Andy Griffith but there's no Andy Griffiths out there anymore and once
[37:44.040 --> 37:48.600] they're in it they can't fix it it's going to take us like us and we're going
[37:48.600 --> 37:54.680] to get a lot of pushback. We'll deal with it.
[37:55.120 --> 38:03.360] Well you know. Go ahead. Okay go ahead I'm gonna shut up now. Okay well what was
[38:03.360 --> 38:09.680] really good is I took a lot of your direction some of Jay's information some
[38:09.680 --> 38:15.360] Griffiths' information what you know Houston should I had when I grow up the
[38:15.360 --> 38:22.920] beef to submit to read the brief and laid everything out in such a
[38:22.920 --> 38:28.720] crystalline pattern and it just walks right down the toes and explains
[38:28.720 --> 38:35.920] everything I guarantee you they took that thing and it got sent to Austin and
[38:35.920 --> 38:43.120] those guys are down there looking at it going oh they figured it out they put
[38:43.120 --> 38:49.120] the pieces of the puzzle together connected all the dots and now if we
[38:49.120 --> 38:54.600] have more people who are doing this we're in sport so they're gonna have to
[38:54.600 --> 38:58.960] start paying attention to it and I'm pretty much like you I can probably
[38:58.960 --> 39:05.800] ever judge in the state of Texas knows my name by then. I'm betting they do and
[39:05.800 --> 39:14.560] they know Brett's name and they know David and Tyler and they know Rick and
[39:14.560 --> 39:22.680] Austin and they know when judges get hammered by these guys because they all
[39:22.680 --> 39:29.040] get together and talk about how to deal with this and so it won't take you know
[39:29.040 --> 39:36.120]  this is a big it's a big state 25 million people but it doesn't take 25 million
[39:36.120 --> 39:42.960] people to fix this problem you know I do this show and I spend my time trying to
[39:42.960 --> 39:49.360] find and cultivate people just like you if we're gonna win this this is how
[39:49.360 --> 39:56.240] we're gonna do it and it won't take that many if we get people actually going
[39:56.240 --> 40:03.440] for these guys' throats and start taking the system back from them. Okay I got a
[40:03.440 --> 40:08.760] whole board full of callers. Okay but I just want to leave with this last thought.
[40:08.760 --> 40:14.280] When I went into that courtroom I was dressed better than the attorney I was
[40:14.280 --> 40:19.520] totally professional not respectful even the city attorney and the judge both
[40:19.520 --> 40:25.520] complimented me how professional I was. If you get excited didn't get loud didn't
[40:25.520 --> 40:30.920] get up in my shoes just raise my voice I just stayed in my cage calmly and as
[40:30.920 --> 40:37.560] professional as could it and I was super clean that day. When I dressed up I looked
[40:37.560 --> 40:41.640] like an attorney. I have people tell me that all the time so that's just another
[40:41.640 --> 40:46.440] thing everybody's got to keep in mind. Don't get rattled don't get dressed
[40:46.440 --> 40:51.160] like a professional and walk in there and take the case and I got told the judge
[40:51.160 --> 40:58.080] I'm bringing my papers work to you asking you where did I go and was that
[40:58.080 --> 41:05.640] always your fault. And that's how we're going to beat them because when they can't
[41:05.640 --> 41:11.440] rattle you when they can't get you excited and get you to make errors when
[41:11.440 --> 41:19.360] you are methodical and persistent they see you as something they can't deal
[41:19.360 --> 41:25.120] with they can't control that scares them more than anything. Most everything I do
[41:25.120 --> 41:31.040] on this show the stories I tell are all crafted specifically to help people come
[41:31.040 --> 41:36.960] into court with just the demeanor that you're presenting and I can't tell you
[41:36.960 --> 41:44.640] how pleased I am to see that. So keep it up Scott and keep us in touch and I
[41:44.640 --> 41:49.840] especially want to hear what happens to the major. We really want to get the
[41:49.840 --> 41:56.520] major fired up. Okay thank you Scott now we're going to go to Tina in California.
[41:56.520 --> 42:20.520] Hello Tina. Hello Wendy let me just take this off the Bluetooth so that you can hear me properly.
[42:20.520 --> 42:28.160] Okay I think she may have taken it off of everything. Tina are you still there?
[42:28.160 --> 42:35.000] Can you hear me? Now I guess I can hear you. Good yeah when I take it off the
[42:35.000 --> 42:41.760] Bluetooth I have to go two rooms away. A couple of things one I'm just checking
[42:41.760 --> 42:48.560] to see if you've been able to have a moment to do that accounting yet. You
[42:48.560 --> 42:54.520] said to email you and I did but I didn't hear back. Yeah and I apologize I'm we
[42:54.520 --> 43:01.120] are at a point to where I'm putting together the final pieces so that we
[43:01.120 --> 43:09.240] can go for angel funding on this project. So I've been pretty buried however I do
[43:09.240 --> 43:14.360] have a chief operating officer now and he is taking a tremendous amount of the
[43:14.360 --> 43:22.520] load off so very shortly I should start getting a lot more time. So if you will
[43:22.520 --> 43:28.120] email me early next week I expect to be at a point where I'm going to have more
[43:28.120 --> 43:34.560] time and I'll pull all those documents out and run back. I started to do that
[43:34.560 --> 43:41.280] but it's been so long since I've used this. Microsoft is very particular about
[43:41.280 --> 43:48.920] where you put your files. With Microsoft sets the links and it doesn't do
[43:48.920 --> 44:00.280] relative links. So if you have a file in Dropbox the link is C colon.

[46:25.200 --> 46:30.800] I'll just stand down and don't do a worry or a flop, scuffle and I'll keep to the
[46:30.800 --> 46:37.320] beat. All I'm taking is my misunderstanding. Somebody calls the police.
[46:37.320 --> 47:04.120] Oh Tina, I have been a bad boy. I have been running off the cliff. I have a
[47:04.120 --> 47:10.280] caller page here where I can see all my callers and the clock. But I have a
[47:10.280 --> 47:14.680] little issue with my browsers. If I say where I can see the callers it pushes the
[47:14.680 --> 47:20.360] clock off the page. At least that's my excuse but Deborah doesn't buy that
[47:20.360 --> 47:29.640] excuse. Anyway, I blamed Scott for it last time and on the break.
[47:29.640 --> 47:36.760] Deborah was all over me. It wasn't Scott's fault. It's my fault. But then I'm a guy
[47:36.760 --> 47:45.560] and guys never take responsibility for their behavior. Okay, problem with
[47:45.560 --> 47:56.640] Microsoft is it's so sensitive to the path. It does a complete path. So if I
[47:56.640 --> 48:04.000] move anything it breaks the path on all 350 something links that I have
[48:04.000 --> 48:10.520] between the spreadsheet and the output page. I have had to put those links back
[48:10.520 --> 48:19.560] in there probably 25 or 30 times. It is very annoying. And as a matter of fact I
[48:19.560 --> 48:27.000] have the software for the traffic ticket site that can eliminate that problem.
[48:27.000 --> 48:32.840] But I haven't had time to program it in. So if you'll send me an email early in
[48:32.840 --> 48:40.400] the week I should be seeing some daylight. And I should have some time to get
[48:40.400 --> 48:46.640] on that and get to it. I have a we just had a case. One of the last cases I'm
[48:46.640 --> 48:55.320] working on. I'm not taking cases anymore. And we have a semi-appeal when you do a
[48:55.320 --> 49:01.880] request for reconsideration. You need to tell the judge what you want him to
[49:01.880 --> 49:08.120] reconsider and what you think he ruled improperly on. And that's really almost
[49:08.120 --> 49:17.160] like an appeal. So when I do cases, when I write the first pleading, I'm writing
[49:17.160 --> 49:25.680] the first pleading thinking how will this add to my appellate brief. I try to
[49:25.680 --> 49:30.560] write the pleading so that I can take portions of this pleading and then
[49:30.560 --> 49:35.840] upgrade them into an appellate brief. And one of the steps is you do the
[49:35.840 --> 49:43.600] pleading first. Then you do you get ruled against and you do a motion for
[49:43.600 --> 49:48.600] reconsideration. That's a request for a new trial. And in the request for a new
[49:48.600 --> 49:53.880] trial you have to tell the judge what you think the judge did wrong. And that
[49:53.880 --> 49:59.320] doesn't have to be as complete and detailed with points and authorities as
[49:59.320 --> 50:07.280] a brief does. But it should be written in the form of a brief. Just not as
[50:07.280 --> 50:13.240] detailed. So I file that and that step gets me half of my brief completed
[50:13.240 --> 50:19.920] already. So then when he denies that, then I take that document and upgrade it
[50:19.920 --> 50:27.440] into a brief. It makes the whole procedure a lot less complicated. So I'll
[50:27.440 --> 50:33.560] have to have one of those next week for a case. But that's about it. Everything
[50:33.560 --> 50:40.520] else I'm about caught up on. So tell me Monday and I will get to that. I will do
[50:40.520 --> 50:44.000] that. I've had a week of hell because my brother passed away on Monday and I'm
[50:44.000 --> 50:48.880] still kind of shell-shocked and numb. Trying to figure out everything to do
[50:48.880 --> 50:54.120] with this case and at the same time write a eulogy and I can't go to the funeral
[50:54.120 --> 51:00.840] because it seems Tasmania. It's really sad to hear that. My daughter just
[51:00.840 --> 51:08.080] lost her father-in-law last week too. He was a great guy. He was out riding his
[51:08.080 --> 51:13.200] motorcycle, came in, sat out on the couch and died.
[51:13.200 --> 51:20.880] My brother went into ICU and the next morning was gone. Okay, thank you. But
[51:20.880 --> 51:27.600] anyway, I wanted to share with you something I got today. I had filed an
[51:27.600 --> 51:32.680] appeal on my case with the California Supreme Court because the lower court
[51:32.680 --> 51:40.080] ignored completely the fact that the banks had violated every aspect of the
[51:40.080 --> 51:47.200] homeowners bill of rights and some other things. And so I filed for an appeal, the
[51:47.200 --> 51:51.040] appeal just with everything filed by Reggie Ducata and they used some false
[51:51.040 --> 51:58.880] statements. And so I filed an appeal and then they sent the other side a copy of
[51:58.880 --> 52:03.160] the order but they never sent me the plaintiff one. So I thought, you know, I'm
[52:03.160 --> 52:07.560] just going to remind them that they need to do this because it's not available on
[52:07.560 --> 52:12.200] the website either. And then I asked them for a finding of facts and conclusion
[52:12.200 --> 52:17.120] of law which led to the denial. I knew I wasn't going to get it but I wanted to
[52:17.120 --> 52:22.720] get something in writing from them. And they said, in response to your questions
[52:22.720 --> 52:28.200] concerning your case in the court's conference when it was denied, the reasons
[52:28.200 --> 52:33.120] are confidential. The court does not state reasons for the denial of
[52:33.120 --> 52:39.040] petitions brought before it. California law restricts the giving of reasons in
[52:39.040 --> 52:46.120] written opinion to the disposition of causes. An order summarily denying a
[52:46.120 --> 52:51.320] petition does not determine a cause. A case does not become a cause in the
[52:51.320 --> 52:56.880] Supreme Court unless we grant review or issue an order to show cause. For this
[52:56.880 --> 53:02.520] reason, the court's conferences are not recorded or transcribed and the court
[53:02.520 --> 53:06.600] does not write opinions or otherwise give reasons for its decisions in these
[53:06.600 --> 53:12.480] matters. The orders filed after the conference are the only public record
[53:12.480 --> 53:18.120] available. Rest assured, however, that the petition and the contention made
[53:18.120 --> 53:23.680] therein were considered by the entire court and the denial expresses the
[53:23.680 --> 53:28.720] decision of the court on the matter. I regret you did not receive a copy of the
[53:28.720 --> 53:33.680] denial order and that we cannot be a further assistant. But please find attached
[53:33.680 --> 53:42.720] a copy of the July order denying the petition for review. Well, looks like
[53:42.720 --> 53:53.080] it's time to file a federal claim. Well, I think we're about to do that. And is
[53:53.080 --> 53:58.400] there anything I can do to go after these people for not applying the facts of
[53:58.400 --> 54:08.560] the law to the law to every fact of the case? Well, we have case law in Texas. We
[54:08.560 --> 54:13.800] should have similar case law in California. We have Jocelyn v. Chambers in
[54:13.800 --> 54:23.920] Texas that states that a judge has no discretion in a properly applying the
[54:23.920 --> 54:30.040] law to the facts of failure to do so is a denial of due process. If it is a denial
[54:30.040 --> 54:36.600] of due process in Texas, it is a denial of due process everywhere. So you should
[54:36.600 --> 54:44.400] be able to take Jocelyn v. Chambers and do a search for Jocelyn v. Chambers
[54:44.400 --> 54:50.160] Texas, Space, California. Yeah. See if you can find a California case that
[54:50.160 --> 54:55.240] references Jocelyn v. Chambers, and that should get you to cases of this type in
[54:55.240 --> 55:05.560] California. And if you can show that the judge wants to have that case law, it'll
[55:05.560 --> 55:09.360] be very beneficial, but you probably don't need it because you can get there
[55:09.360 --> 55:18.880] from the Fed. Now you take the state of California and the foreclosing the
[55:18.880 --> 55:27.640] plaintiffs to the federal court for denial of procedural due process. Okay.
[55:27.640 --> 55:32.920] Even though they originally in federal court said everything's bought by
[55:32.920 --> 55:37.280] Residue Dakota, and even though the Supreme Court says no, no, no, no, no. Wait,
[55:37.280 --> 55:44.600] wait, hold on. You're in state court. You can't be in state court based on
[55:44.600 --> 55:50.400]  anything that's Residue Dakota. If they're stating something's Residue Dakota,
[55:50.400 --> 55:57.120] you didn't make the right claim. If you claim that the court denied you in
[55:57.120 --> 56:04.520] procedural due process, that's not Residue Dakota. Okay, good. Yeah, that's a
[56:04.520 --> 56:11.160] separate issue. If the court acted in concert one with the other to deny you
[56:11.160 --> 56:20.280] in due process, that comes under 42 U.S. Code 93. And it's not been the court
[56:20.280 --> 56:25.000] didn't adjudicate the fact that they denied you due process. They just
[56:25.000 --> 56:30.600] denied you due process. So you have that claim. Yeah. Okay. Here you get to bring
[56:30.600 --> 56:42.440] the state in. Okay. RICO. I like the RICO. I think that's great. RICO is a little
[56:42.440 --> 56:46.840] harder to file. It's a little more complex, but RICO really makes them
[56:46.840 --> 56:53.440] nervous. You accuse all of these judges of acting in concert and collusion one
[56:53.440 --> 56:59.360] with the other to not deny you due process. That goes straight to 18 U.S. Code
[56:59.360 --> 57:08.480]  242. 18 U.S. Code 242. Okay, I can do that. I also wanted to share with you
[57:08.480 --> 57:15.080] something. Someone was talking to me about yesterday who's been studying
[57:15.800 --> 57:20.720] something. And he was saying one of the things that he's trying to get people to
[57:20.720 --> 57:27.600] ask the judge is, you know, when they go into court is are you and I may not get
[57:27.600 --> 57:36.480] this quite right. Are you going to, you know, cause me harm in this court today?
[57:36.480 --> 57:40.840] Are you going to give me, you know, all my rights, something like that? And if the
[57:40.840 --> 57:45.080] judge says, no, I'm not going to cause you harm. Well, then will you sign an
[57:45.080 --> 57:51.240] affidavit that says that and that you're going to apply the law? And if they say
[57:51.240 --> 57:56.960] no, well, they just denied you. You said, well, wait a minute. You said you weren't
[57:56.960 --> 58:01.160] going to do me any harm, but you're not willing to put it in writing.
[58:01.160 --> 58:10.280] If he said that in the court, it's on the record. Ask that guy, what is the
[58:10.280 --> 58:15.600] purpose of this document? What legal value does it have? How does it move you
[58:15.600 --> 58:22.920] toward an intended outcome? What he was saying was that if they say they're not
[58:22.920 --> 58:27.080] going to cause you any harm, but they won't put anything in writing under oath
[58:27.080 --> 58:32.600] that says this and that and affidavit, then they're basically saying, well, we said
[58:32.600 --> 58:37.160] this, but we're not going to put it in writing. So were we's not going to
[58:37.160 --> 58:42.040] hang on, back to go to break. Randy Kelton, first time I didn't, second time I
[58:42.040 --> 58:48.840] didn't run off the cliff. So I'm doing better. Wheel of Law Radio. We'll be right back.

[01:01:27.400 --> 01:01:31.400] attack on civilians in the city of Douma, which left 40 dead and many injured,
[01:01:31.400 --> 01:01:36.400] an attack which is being blamed on the democratically elected President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad,
[01:01:36.400 --> 01:01:40.400] by the United States, and on Israel by Russia, either accusatory narrative
[01:01:40.400 --> 01:01:44.400] without any verified evidence as of yet. President Trump tweeted today, Wednesday,
[01:01:44.400 --> 01:01:48.400] that if, quote, Russia vows to shoot down any and all missiles fired at Syria,
[01:01:48.400 --> 01:01:52.400] get ready, Russia, because they will be coming in nice and new and smart.
[01:01:52.400 --> 01:01:56.400] Going on to warn Russia that you shouldn't be partners with a gas-killing animal
[01:01:56.400 --> 01:02:00.400] who kills its people and enjoys it. Many in the West, including President Trump,
[01:02:00.400 --> 01:02:04.400] have been quick to conclude that this chemical attack must have been conducted
[01:02:04.400 --> 01:02:08.400] by Assad and his forces. Syria and Russia, on the other hand, have given
[01:02:08.400 --> 01:02:12.400] approval since yesterday for the organization for the prohibition of chemical
[01:02:12.400 --> 01:02:16.400] weapons to investigate the sign of the chemical slaughter. Assad has been successful
[01:02:16.400 --> 01:02:20.400] in maintaining rule and support during Syria's seven-year civil war, a civil war
[01:02:20.400 --> 01:02:24.400] that is being fought by the government of Syria and anti-Assad Syrian rebels
[01:02:24.400 --> 01:02:28.400] that are openly being funded by Western governments, with ISIS being
[01:02:28.400 --> 01:02:32.400] one of the more notorious splinter groups of the American-backed Syrian rebels.
[01:02:32.400 --> 01:02:36.400] No surprise, then, why Russian Foreign Minister Spokeswoman Maria Zakhova
[01:02:36.400 --> 01:02:40.400] posted on Facebook that smart missiles should be fired at terrorists
[01:02:40.400 --> 01:02:44.400] and not at a legitimate government, which has been fighting terrorists.
[01:02:44.400 --> 01:02:48.400] Or is this a trick to destroy all traces with a smart missile strike, and then there will be
[01:02:48.400 --> 01:02:52.400] no evidence for international inspectors to look at?
[01:02:52.400 --> 01:02:56.400] This was Frick Rody with your lowdown for April 11, 2018.
[01:03:22.400 --> 01:03:26.400]  Okay, we are back.
[01:03:26.400 --> 01:03:30.400] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Rue's Law Radio on this Friday,
[01:03:30.400 --> 01:03:34.400]  Friday, April 11, 2018.
[01:03:34.400 --> 01:03:38.400]  Thank you.
[01:03:38.400 --> 01:03:42.400]  Thank you.
[01:03:42.400 --> 01:03:46.400]  Thank you.
[01:03:46.400 --> 01:03:50.400]  Thank you.
[01:03:50.400 --> 01:03:54.400] Thank you for watching this video on this Friday, Friday, on this Thursday,
[01:03:54.400 --> 01:03:58.400]  the 13th day of September, 2018.
[01:03:58.400 --> 01:04:02.400] Okay, Tina, where were we?
[01:04:02.400 --> 01:04:06.400]  I didn't know I was a cliff that time.
[01:04:06.400 --> 01:04:10.400] We were talking about this thing that this guy said about having
[01:04:10.400 --> 01:04:14.400] the judge deny you putting something in writing
[01:04:14.400 --> 01:04:18.400] after he said he won't do you any harm.
[01:04:18.400 --> 01:04:22.080] You should always use that for the attorneys, too.
[01:04:22.080 --> 01:04:29.240] Every time someone brings up something, my question is always, so what?
[01:04:29.240 --> 01:04:33.120] Oh, they didn't do this or they didn't do that, so what?
[01:04:33.120 --> 01:04:34.120]  Okay.
[01:04:34.120 --> 01:04:37.160] What difference does it make?
[01:04:37.160 --> 01:04:44.920] As concerns this, if the judge refuses to sign it, so what?
[01:04:44.920 --> 01:04:49.000] How does that affect your case?
[01:04:49.000 --> 01:04:53.920] Well what he was saying, this person was saying, he's just, you know, basically you've
[01:04:53.920 --> 01:04:54.920]  got them caught.
[01:04:54.920 --> 01:04:58.480] They've said they won't do you any harm, but they won't write down that they won't
[01:04:58.480 --> 01:04:59.480]  do any harm.
[01:04:59.480 --> 01:05:03.880] So if you've done, they do you harm, you've got them every which way.
[01:05:03.880 --> 01:05:05.960]  So I've got them caught.
[01:05:05.960 --> 01:05:10.320] What do I have them caught on?
[01:05:10.320 --> 01:05:12.360]  I guess doing you harm.
[01:05:12.360 --> 01:05:15.880] I only found this, they only put me back the last night, so I have to let you go.
[01:05:15.880 --> 01:05:22.280] If the judge did you harm, what claim or cause of action would that incur?
[01:05:22.280 --> 01:05:25.280]  I don't know.
[01:05:25.280 --> 01:05:32.360] Now see, the judge, he can cause you harm.
[01:05:32.360 --> 01:05:35.320]  That's not the issue.
[01:05:35.320 --> 01:05:38.360] Did the judge follow law?
[01:05:38.360 --> 01:05:44.720] If you were harmed by the law, your problem, not the judge's problem.
[01:05:44.720 --> 01:05:50.840] So I get a lot of stuff like this where people are kind of looking for some sort of a magic
[01:05:50.840 --> 01:05:59.200] bullet and just no magic bullets.
[01:05:59.200 --> 01:06:00.520]  No.
[01:06:00.520 --> 01:06:08.320] I would have to, you know, anytime I follow something with a court, I can tell you specifically
[01:06:08.320 --> 01:06:16.760] under law why I'm filing this document and how the outcome, whatever the judge does will
[01:06:16.760 --> 01:06:23.280] affect the outcome of the case or my right to appeal affect one of my rights or the adjudication
[01:06:23.280 --> 01:06:24.280]  of the case.
[01:06:24.280 --> 01:06:29.080] Asking the judge if he's not going to harm you, if the judge has got any sense, he's
[01:06:29.080 --> 01:06:33.200] going to say, not my place to harm or not harm.
[01:06:33.200 --> 01:06:39.120] If you're harmed by the law, then I can't help that, so the judge couldn't rightfully
[01:06:39.120 --> 01:06:42.000]  say I won't harm you.
[01:06:42.000 --> 01:06:47.080] He can say, I'm not going to come down and beat you up and black your eye or commit any
[01:06:47.080 --> 01:06:49.360]  tort against you.
[01:06:49.360 --> 01:06:50.360]  So what?
[01:06:50.360 --> 01:06:54.320] That doesn't mean you won't be harmed in this court.
[01:06:54.320 --> 01:06:57.600] And if I sound difficult on that kind of stuff, I've been dealing with these kinds of things
[01:06:57.600 --> 01:07:08.000] for years and all that does is tell the judge, I'm a pro se and I don't know what I'm doing.
[01:07:08.000 --> 01:07:09.720] You just listen to Scott.
[01:07:09.720 --> 01:07:17.360] When Scott first started out, he was using a lot of the Patriot stuff he had heard on
[01:07:17.360 --> 01:07:27.360] different shows and that and in the process of using them, he found they just didn't work
[01:07:27.360 --> 01:07:28.360]  out.
[01:07:28.360 --> 01:07:33.160] It got the courts to come after him worse and do dumber stuff to him.
[01:07:33.160 --> 01:07:38.360] But Scott was tenacious and when they did dumb stuff, he came back after him.
[01:07:38.360 --> 01:07:46.440] And finally, he figured it out, he began to see how they dealt with him different.
[01:07:46.440 --> 01:07:54.880] When he came to the court on point of law, point of code and statute, their code, their
[01:07:54.880 --> 01:07:55.880]  statute.
[01:07:55.880 --> 01:08:03.480] And that's when he saw them getting nervous, instead of them getting angry and aggressive.
[01:08:03.480 --> 01:08:05.800] All of a sudden, they started getting nervous.
[01:08:05.800 --> 01:08:10.320] When they started getting nervous, he stopped getting nervous.
[01:08:10.320 --> 01:08:16.840] And when he, you know, I went to court with him and he was in a T-shirt and jeans.
[01:08:16.840 --> 01:08:20.760] And I really dressed him down about that.
[01:08:20.760 --> 01:08:26.080] And finally, he started coming in a suit and tie and he recognized the difference.
[01:08:26.080 --> 01:08:29.360]  A suit and tie shouldn't make a difference.
[01:08:29.360 --> 01:08:34.880]  I mean, in a perfect world, it wouldn't.
[01:08:34.880 --> 01:08:40.280]  Presentation shouldn't make a difference, but it does.
[01:08:40.280 --> 01:08:42.960]  Posture and demeanor shouldn't make a difference.
[01:08:42.960 --> 01:08:48.920] The law should be the only thing that matters, but this is not a perfect world.
[01:08:48.920 --> 01:08:56.080] But I'm not going to do anything that's going to send a message to the court that says that
[01:08:56.080 --> 01:09:02.280] I'm an ignorant pro se and you can ignore me.
[01:09:02.280 --> 01:09:06.080] Then I wind up getting the court trying to ignore me in a place that's going to cause
[01:09:06.080 --> 01:09:12.280] the court big trouble and things start getting a lot more dicey.
[01:09:12.280 --> 01:09:18.160] I start having big stacks of criminal complaints to file against them, and I don't like that.
[01:09:18.160 --> 01:09:20.320]  It confuses the issue.
[01:09:20.320 --> 01:09:31.520] So I want to be able to state precisely why I do each thing that I do and how the way
[01:09:31.520 --> 01:09:37.040] the other side responds will affect the adjudication of my case.
[01:09:37.040 --> 01:09:40.440]  If I can't say that, I'm not going to do it.
[01:09:40.440 --> 01:09:43.560]  So that's all I can really say about this.
[01:09:43.560 --> 01:09:51.920] I have never heard of anything that requires a judge not to harm you, that gives the judge
[01:09:51.920 --> 01:10:02.600] any reason to take into consideration what may or may not be perceived by you as harm.
[01:10:02.600 --> 01:10:10.160] Unless this guy has a different meaning of harm than I do, which that occurs to me, you
[01:10:10.160 --> 01:10:15.160] might ask him, what does the term harm mean?
[01:10:15.160 --> 01:10:30.400] Does it mean that you're going to do something that I'm going to consider as harmful to me
[01:10:30.400 --> 01:10:39.160] personally, or are you going to do something that harms me in the exercise of my rights?
[01:10:39.160 --> 01:10:50.640] And if that's the case, it would be more appropriate to ask the judge, are you going to accord
[01:10:50.640 --> 01:10:59.720] me all of my rights in due process and all of my substantive and due process rights?
[01:10:59.720 --> 01:11:10.080] But you can ask the judge, and then if he says no, now you have grounds to recuse.
[01:11:10.080 --> 01:11:14.400] But just ask if he's going to harm you, I don't know what that means.
[01:11:14.400 --> 01:11:15.400]  Mm-hmm.
[01:11:15.400 --> 01:11:17.400]  Does that make sense?
[01:11:17.400 --> 01:11:18.400]  Okay.
[01:11:18.400 --> 01:11:21.200] Does that make a lot of sense, yes.
[01:11:21.200 --> 01:11:24.800]  Okay, I missed that last part.
[01:11:24.800 --> 01:11:27.680]  I said that makes a lot of sense.
[01:11:27.680 --> 01:11:28.680]  Thank you.
[01:11:28.680 --> 01:11:37.120] Okay, so in the future, there's a lot of these guys out there, and I don't like criticizing
[01:11:37.120 --> 01:11:42.560] them or picking on them, because they're the guys we want, they're out here studying,
[01:11:42.560 --> 01:11:48.880] they're trying to find answers, and I want to move them in a way that will make what
[01:11:48.880 --> 01:11:50.200]  they're doing much more effective.
[01:11:50.200 --> 01:11:54.800] I certainly don't want to pick on them, because there's not enough people out there working
[01:11:54.800 --> 01:12:01.320] to do this and trying to help people, and I'm sure they're working in good faith.
[01:12:01.320 --> 01:12:09.240] There are just guys out there who just have it wrong and causes us more harm than good
[01:12:09.240 --> 01:12:10.240]  a lot of times.
[01:12:10.240 --> 01:12:12.520] There have been a number of these people out there.
[01:12:12.520 --> 01:12:15.520] Frankly, there are a lot less of them.
[01:12:15.520 --> 01:12:22.320] There used to be a bunch of them, and I was dealing with this stuff all the time.
[01:12:22.320 --> 01:12:29.200] They may still be out there, but they don't come on my show anymore because I really land
[01:12:29.200 --> 01:12:30.200]  on hard.
[01:12:30.200 --> 01:12:38.800] I have guests and stuff, and I never give my guests a hard time.
[01:12:38.800 --> 01:12:46.840] Very seldom ever hear me challenge someone on the air, unless they're spouting something
[01:12:46.840 --> 01:12:49.640] that will cause people problems.
[01:12:49.640 --> 01:12:53.840] Our Pat and good friend of mine in North Carolina, he called me one day, and he said,
[01:12:53.840 --> 01:13:00.320] I tuned into your show the other day, and I heard my two favorite people on earth on
[01:13:00.320 --> 01:13:07.360] this radio at the same time, you and Ralph Winnerud.
[01:13:07.360 --> 01:13:14.000] Ralph Winnerud is a researcher out of Alaska, and I said, oh, you heard that?
[01:13:14.000 --> 01:13:15.000]  Did you, Pat?
[01:13:15.000 --> 01:13:19.880] Yes, I did, and you were crawling right down Ralph's throat.
[01:13:19.880 --> 01:13:24.120] As a matter of fact, that was.
[01:13:24.120 --> 01:13:31.580] He said that someone addressed something about statues, and he said, oh, the statues don't
[01:13:31.580 --> 01:13:32.580]  apply.
[01:13:32.580 --> 01:13:33.580]  Oh, the statues don't apply?
[01:13:33.580 --> 01:13:35.720] Ralph, well, what applies to Ralph?
[01:13:35.720 --> 01:13:36.880]  Does the Constitution apply?
[01:13:36.880 --> 01:13:37.880]  No, no, no, no.
[01:13:37.880 --> 01:13:39.120]  The Constitution doesn't apply.
[01:13:39.120 --> 01:13:42.380] If the Constitution and the Statues don't apply, what applies, Ralph?
[01:13:42.380 --> 01:13:45.380] Oh, you gotta go to the National Register.
[01:13:45.380 --> 01:13:46.500]  Well, that's really nice, Ralph.
[01:13:46.500 --> 01:13:50.540]  The National Register's about 65,000 pages.
[01:13:50.540 --> 01:13:53.860] You wanna be a little more specific?
[01:13:53.860 --> 01:13:56.540] Oh, no, you deserve to go to the National Register.
[01:13:56.540 --> 01:13:59.580] Don't you come on my show telling people this nonsense?
[01:13:59.580 --> 01:14:01.860] Don't you come on the show telling people
[01:14:01.860 --> 01:14:04.640]  that the statutes don't apply?
[01:14:04.640 --> 01:14:07.460] These policemen out there with pistols on their hips,
[01:14:07.460 --> 01:14:10.460] they think the statutes apply,
[01:14:10.460 --> 01:14:13.700] and they're gonna act like the statutes apply,
[01:14:13.700 --> 01:14:16.100] and when they arrest you, throw you in jail,
[01:14:16.100 --> 01:14:20.660] and beat you senseless, it's gonna seem like they apply.
[01:14:20.660 --> 01:14:23.900]  So don't be telling people the statutes don't apply.
[01:14:23.900 --> 01:14:26.700] So long as the statute accurately represents
[01:14:26.700 --> 01:14:29.780] what's in the National Register, the statutes apply.
[01:14:29.780 --> 01:14:31.020] And they hung up on me.
[01:14:31.020 --> 01:14:36.020] I said, well, he was right at the end of the day.
[01:14:36.020 --> 01:14:41.020] At the end of the day, it is the bill that is passed
[01:14:41.620 --> 01:14:46.100] into law and registered in the National Registry
[01:14:46.100 --> 01:14:47.620]  that controls the law.
[01:14:49.300 --> 01:14:51.740]  But there's 65,000 pages of them,
[01:14:51.740 --> 01:14:54.140] and they don't put them in an order,
[01:14:54.140 --> 01:14:58.100] they put them in the order that the bill is passed.
[01:14:58.980 --> 01:15:02.220] So this became cumbersome, and the Congress said,
[01:15:02.220 --> 01:15:05.740] we oughta do something so people can find law.
[01:15:05.740 --> 01:15:07.700] So they hired publishing companies
[01:15:07.700 --> 01:15:09.540] to go through the National Register
[01:15:09.540 --> 01:15:12.940] and sort the laws out by category
[01:15:12.940 --> 01:15:15.100]  and codify them into a code.
[01:15:16.820 --> 01:15:21.300] To the degree that the statute has printed in the code,
[01:15:21.300 --> 01:15:25.860] matches what's in the National Register, they are law.
[01:15:25.860 --> 01:15:30.860] If they do not, then the National Register bill controls.
[01:15:30.860 --> 01:15:35.220]  That's what Ralph Winner-Rude was saying,
[01:15:35.220 --> 01:15:38.620]  but he's like a lot of these researchers
[01:15:38.620 --> 01:15:40.300]  that don't talk to people.
[01:15:40.300 --> 01:15:43.940]  He probably spends 10 or 12 hours a day
[01:15:43.940 --> 01:15:45.820]  locked in a room researching.
[01:15:45.820 --> 01:15:47.860] He doesn't talk to human beings much.
[01:15:48.860 --> 01:15:51.820] So he doesn't know how to communicate
[01:15:51.820 --> 01:15:53.940] what he knows to human beings in a way
[01:15:53.940 --> 01:15:55.980] that they could effectively use.
[01:15:55.980 --> 01:15:58.020] And I've been called all over the country
[01:15:58.020 --> 01:15:59.620] to get people out of the room,
[01:15:59.620 --> 01:16:02.060] to the country, to get people out of jail
[01:16:02.060 --> 01:16:04.140] for doing things these people told them
[01:16:04.140 --> 01:16:07.420] because they didn't know how to tell them the whole story.
[01:16:09.180 --> 01:16:12.380] So I do get a little sensitive on that score.
[01:16:12.380 --> 01:16:13.580]  Does that make sense?
[01:16:15.060 --> 01:16:16.220]  No, that makes sense.
[01:16:18.100 --> 01:16:20.220] Okay, we're about to go to break.
[01:16:20.220 --> 01:16:22.180] We'll pick this up on the other side,
[01:16:22.180 --> 01:16:23.260] but we do need to move along.
[01:16:23.260 --> 01:16:25.100]  We've got three callers.
[01:16:27.100 --> 01:16:27.940] Okay, do you have any?
[01:16:27.940 --> 01:16:31.860] Okay, thank you, Tina, and make sure you get me an email.
[01:16:31.860 --> 01:16:33.820] Get it to me Tuesday.
[01:16:35.860 --> 01:16:36.700]  Okay.
[01:16:36.700 --> 01:16:38.660] And then I'll try to get on it Tuesday
[01:16:38.660 --> 01:16:40.260]  or Wednesday morning.
[01:16:41.780 --> 01:16:43.860]  Sounds good, thank you.
[01:16:43.860 --> 01:16:45.180]  Thanks very much, Tina.
[01:16:45.180 --> 01:16:47.300] Okay, this is Randy Kelton, Debbie Stephens,
[01:16:47.300 --> 01:16:49.220]  we live on radio.
[01:16:49.220 --> 01:16:53.420] Tim, Jeff, John, I see you all there.
[01:16:53.420 --> 01:16:54.580] We'll pick you up on the other side.
[01:16:54.580 --> 01:16:56.220]  I'm gonna take Jeff next
[01:16:56.220 --> 01:16:58.820] because I really want him to address something.
[01:16:58.820 --> 01:16:59.820]  We'll be right back.
[01:17:03.860 --> 01:17:06.460]  It's the 2018 Logos Radio Network
[01:17:06.460 --> 01:17:08.900] annual fundraiser and gun giveaway

[01:17:55.220 --> 01:17:57.940]  Go to logosradionetwork.com for details
[01:17:57.940 --> 01:17:59.180]  and donate today.
[01:18:00.500 --> 01:18:01.380]  I love Logos.
[01:18:01.380 --> 01:18:02.980] Without the shows on this network,
[01:18:02.980 --> 01:18:05.060] I'd be almost as ignorant as my friend.
[01:18:05.060 --> 01:18:07.700] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back.
[01:18:07.700 --> 01:18:08.900]  I need my truth pick.
[01:18:08.900 --> 01:18:10.740]  I'd be lost without Logos.
[01:18:10.740 --> 01:18:13.620] And I really want to help keep this network on the air.
[01:18:13.620 --> 01:18:15.260]  I'd love to volunteer as a show producer,
[01:18:15.260 --> 01:18:16.380]  but I'm a bit of a Luddite
[01:18:16.380 --> 01:18:18.500]  and I really don't have any money to give
[01:18:18.500 --> 01:18:20.620] because I spent it all on supplements.
[01:18:20.620 --> 01:18:22.340]  How can I help Logos?
[01:18:22.340 --> 01:18:24.180]  Well, I'm glad you asked.
[01:18:24.180 --> 01:18:26.220] Whenever you order anything from Amazon,
[01:18:26.220 --> 01:18:28.620] you can help Logos with ordering your supplies
[01:18:28.620 --> 01:18:29.580]  or holiday gifts.
[01:18:29.580 --> 01:18:31.620] First thing you do is clear your cookies.
[01:18:31.620 --> 01:18:35.060]  Now, go to logosradionetwork.com.
[01:18:35.060 --> 01:18:38.020] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it.
[01:18:38.020 --> 01:18:40.180] Now, when you order anything from Amazon,
[01:18:40.180 --> 01:18:43.700] you use that link and Logos gets a few pesos.
[01:18:43.700 --> 01:18:44.660]  Do I pay extra?
[01:18:44.660 --> 01:18:45.500]  No.
[01:18:45.500 --> 01:18:47.460] Do you have to do anything different when I order?
[01:18:47.460 --> 01:18:48.300]  No.
[01:18:48.300 --> 01:18:49.500]  Can I use my Amazon pride?
[01:18:49.500 --> 01:18:50.340]  No.
[01:18:50.340 --> 01:18:51.180]  I mean, yes.
[01:18:51.180 --> 01:18:53.380] Wow, giving without doing anything
[01:18:53.380 --> 01:18:56.020] or spending any money, this is perfect.
[01:18:56.020 --> 01:18:57.180]  Thank you so much.
[01:18:57.180 --> 01:18:58.660]  We are Logos.
[01:18:58.660 --> 01:19:00.540]  Happy holidays, Logos.
[01:19:00.540 --> 01:19:06.540] This is the Logos Logos Radio Network.
[01:19:15.340 --> 01:19:16.820]  Ain't gonna blind me.
[01:19:16.820 --> 01:19:21.820]  Mm-hmm, don't hold me.
[01:19:27.500 --> 01:19:36.500] Well, you ain't gonna fool me with that same old test again.
[01:19:36.500 --> 01:19:41.500] I was blindsided, but now I can see your plan.
[01:19:41.500 --> 01:19:46.500] You put the fear in my pocket, took the money from my hand,
[01:19:46.500 --> 01:19:51.500] ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again.
[01:19:55.500 --> 01:20:00.500]  Ain't gonna hold me.
[01:20:00.500 --> 01:20:05.500]  Oh, oh, oh.
[01:20:11.500 --> 01:20:16.500] Ain't gonna drive me with that same old sucker punch.
[01:20:16.500 --> 01:20:17.340]  I can't.
[01:20:17.340 --> 01:20:18.780]  OK, we are back.
[01:20:18.780 --> 01:20:21.500] Randy Kelsen, Deborah Stevens, Rule of Law Radio.
[01:20:21.500 --> 01:20:24.060]  And Tim, you're technically first,
[01:20:24.060 --> 01:20:27.500] but I want to take Jeff first for a good reason.
[01:20:27.500 --> 01:20:30.500]  And Tim, I think you'll understand.
[01:20:30.500 --> 01:20:32.900]  Jeff.
[01:20:32.900 --> 01:20:34.020]  Yes, sir.
[01:20:34.020 --> 01:20:36.340]  OK.
[01:20:36.340 --> 01:20:38.860] I'd like you to explain what happened.
[01:20:38.860 --> 01:20:41.140] Now, Jeff called in and the city was coming after him
[01:20:41.140 --> 01:20:45.420] over some city ordinance issues.
[01:20:45.420 --> 01:20:48.900] And we were gearing up for the big fight,
[01:20:48.900 --> 01:20:52.220] and then it occurred to me, wait a minute, wait a minute.
[01:20:52.220 --> 01:20:55.180] We might not have to have a fight.
[01:20:55.180 --> 01:20:58.220] And what we do here is we show people
[01:20:58.220 --> 01:20:59.620] how to fight public officials.
[01:20:59.620 --> 01:21:06.620] And sometimes we forget to pick our battles very carefully.
[01:21:06.620 --> 01:21:09.180] And sometimes we gear up for a fight
[01:21:09.180 --> 01:21:10.900] when there might be another way to handle this.
[01:21:10.900 --> 01:21:14.460] Will you explain what happened with the city?
[01:21:14.460 --> 01:21:15.460]  Sure, gladly.
[01:21:15.460 --> 01:21:17.100]  Thank you, Mr. Kelsen.
[01:21:17.100 --> 01:21:21.140]  Yeah, I received a notice that I actually got out
[01:21:21.140 --> 01:21:27.860]  on my mailbox somewhere around September 7th or 8th.
[01:21:27.860 --> 01:21:30.260] But it had been issued on August 23rd,
[01:21:30.260 --> 01:21:34.900] and it gave me one month to comply with some things,
[01:21:34.900 --> 01:21:38.180] getting some windows that were a little tethered
[01:21:38.180 --> 01:21:40.700] in the condition and numbering my building
[01:21:40.700 --> 01:21:44.540] and then a utility building that needed some maintenance.
[01:21:44.540 --> 01:21:47.300] And what really distressed me the most
[01:21:47.300 --> 01:21:51.180] was it said all work must be permitted and performed
[01:21:51.180 --> 01:21:54.940]  by city-licensed contractors.
[01:21:54.940 --> 01:21:58.740] That was my major point of anxiety, I said, oh, boy,
[01:21:58.740 --> 01:22:01.420]  because I'm not a city-licensed contractor, oh, boy.
[01:22:01.420 --> 01:22:05.860] Now, I do this kind of work on my own, but I was very concerned.
[01:22:05.860 --> 01:22:10.340]  And that's why I called you last Friday.
[01:22:10.340 --> 01:22:14.740] So anyhow, you advised me to see if I could get a permit.
[01:22:14.740 --> 01:22:16.380] And you thought it seemed a little odd
[01:22:16.380 --> 01:22:21.860] that it would be restricted just to city-licensed contractors.
[01:22:21.860 --> 01:22:25.700] And like I said, it was a little setup for maybe a battle.
[01:22:25.700 --> 01:22:28.540] But you said, go in and see what can do.
[01:22:28.540 --> 01:22:34.260]  So I went in on Tuesday, I think that's the 11th,
[01:22:34.260 --> 01:22:36.940]  and they issued me a permit.
[01:22:36.940 --> 01:22:38.740]  They were helpful.
[01:22:38.740 --> 01:22:41.660]  They were polite.
[01:22:41.660 --> 01:22:43.860]  I didn't have any problem at all.
[01:22:43.860 --> 01:22:46.420] They asked me a few basic questions.
[01:22:46.420 --> 01:22:49.140] And an inspector, he would advise me
[01:22:49.140 --> 01:22:52.460] to get an initial inspection and then a final inspection.
[01:22:52.460 --> 01:22:53.900]  He said, that's not customary.
[01:22:53.900 --> 01:22:59.660] But he said, one, I can stop by and take a look sometime for you.
[01:22:59.660 --> 01:23:02.580] And so I left it to say, I said, well, gee,
[01:23:02.580 --> 01:23:06.140]  I'm about halfway through my time.
[01:23:06.140 --> 01:23:09.780] Until I picked up on this and was able actually to respond,
[01:23:09.780 --> 01:23:12.780] I said, would it be possible I could get an extension of time
[01:23:12.780 --> 01:23:16.220]  that I'd actually have a full 30 days?
[01:23:16.220 --> 01:23:17.980] And they said, well, go right next door here
[01:23:17.980 --> 01:23:21.540] and talk to those people and see what they say.
[01:23:21.540 --> 01:23:26.260] So I filled out a very simple form, very minimal information
[01:23:26.260 --> 01:23:32.980] requesting that I would have 30 days from the 11th on Tuesday
[01:23:32.980 --> 01:23:35.500]  to do the repairs.
[01:23:35.500 --> 01:23:39.940] And on Wednesday, since I had the permit,
[01:23:39.940 --> 01:23:42.180] I was starting to do the repairs.
[01:23:42.180 --> 01:23:46.340] And the inspector actually showed up
[01:23:46.340 --> 01:23:49.100] and didn't even try to come in the house or anything.
[01:23:49.100 --> 01:23:51.380] He was outside and I walked out.
[01:23:51.380 --> 01:23:55.060] And he made sure who I was.
[01:23:55.060 --> 01:23:59.700] And then he said, he had the form there or extension.
[01:23:59.700 --> 01:24:01.100]  I said, I had.
[01:24:01.100 --> 01:24:03.540] And he said, well, let me go down in my car and take a look.
[01:24:03.540 --> 01:24:04.220]  I looked down and looked.
[01:24:04.220 --> 01:24:07.820] And he said, gee, I see you're here for again and all that.
[01:24:07.820 --> 01:24:09.620]  That's good.
[01:24:09.620 --> 01:24:10.700]  Wait a minute, hold on.
[01:24:10.700 --> 01:24:14.900]  I'm having a lot of trouble with your sound.
[01:24:14.900 --> 01:24:17.540]  Are you moving around?
[01:24:17.540 --> 01:24:19.780]  I'm not trying to.
[01:24:19.780 --> 01:24:24.060] OK, because it may be the connection.
[01:24:24.060 --> 01:24:27.020] Try to make sure you keep your mouth the same distance
[01:24:27.020 --> 01:24:28.540]  from the mic.
[01:24:28.540 --> 01:24:31.940]  And OK, go ahead.
[01:24:31.940 --> 01:24:34.660] All right, the inspector showed up
[01:24:34.660 --> 01:24:36.940] and we ended up walking down to his car.
[01:24:36.940 --> 01:24:41.700] He got out my request for my Thursday extension.
[01:24:41.700 --> 01:24:44.980] And he says, guys, see you're working here
[01:24:44.980 --> 01:24:47.420] and you're trying to get some stuff done.
[01:24:47.420 --> 01:24:49.500] I'm going to grant this extension no problem.
[01:24:49.500 --> 01:24:51.780] I'll give you the other updates from yesterday
[01:24:51.780 --> 01:24:54.060] when the department is issued.
[01:24:54.060 --> 01:24:56.060] And he said, if you're in trouble or something,
[01:24:56.060 --> 01:24:57.100]  he said, give me a call.
[01:24:57.100 --> 01:24:59.060] He said, I'm not going to be a bubble about this.
[01:24:59.060 --> 01:25:01.060] We just want to see things get improved.
[01:25:01.060 --> 01:25:04.820] And we're trying to improve the whole area.
[01:25:04.820 --> 01:25:08.500] He said, just give me a call and we'll see what we can do.
[01:25:08.500 --> 01:25:11.420] So everything went very smoothly.
[01:25:11.420 --> 01:25:14.380] And at no time did I really rush into it
[01:25:14.380 --> 01:25:16.980] or take an attitude or anything.
[01:25:16.980 --> 01:25:18.460]  It was fine.
[01:25:18.460 --> 01:25:23.220] And I'm going to try to get everything up to self.
[01:25:23.220 --> 01:25:25.460]  Wonderful.
[01:25:25.460 --> 01:25:30.980] Point, sometimes we get ourselves into fights
[01:25:30.980 --> 01:25:33.540]  we didn't intend to.
[01:25:33.540 --> 01:25:36.820] And Tim is on, let me bring Tim on.
[01:25:36.820 --> 01:25:39.540] The fight Tim is in with the city
[01:25:39.540 --> 01:25:42.540] was not a fight he could avoid.
[01:25:42.540 --> 01:25:46.260] Yes, Tim tried to deal with the city,
[01:25:46.260 --> 01:25:51.140] but he had some people there who had a vendetta against him.
[01:25:51.140 --> 01:25:53.140] The point I wanted to make to everybody else
[01:25:53.140 --> 01:25:58.580]  is before we start a fight, let's make sure
[01:25:58.580 --> 01:26:03.500] we want to have this fight and we have time to have this fight.
[01:26:03.500 --> 01:26:08.460] Not everybody has to fight the system.
[01:26:08.460 --> 01:26:10.100] A lot of people out there are busy.
[01:26:10.100 --> 01:26:11.220]  They've got kids.
[01:26:11.220 --> 01:26:12.300]  They've got bills.
[01:26:12.300 --> 01:26:14.260]  They've got stress.
[01:26:14.260 --> 01:26:19.060] And a lot of times, especially with driving an invalid license,
[01:26:19.060 --> 01:26:22.180] something happens, you get more tickets
[01:26:22.180 --> 01:26:25.220] that you can keep up with and you're just struggling
[01:26:25.220 --> 01:26:27.060] and you wind up losing your license.
[01:26:27.060 --> 01:26:31.820] And one thing builds on another and they want to do something
[01:26:31.820 --> 01:26:35.220] and we get them in a big fight.
[01:26:35.220 --> 01:26:39.660]  Sometimes that's a good idea and sometimes it's not.
[01:26:39.660 --> 01:26:43.380] If you have time to have these fights, then have these fights.
[01:26:43.380 --> 01:26:50.980] But you don't owe it to the public to ruin your life
[01:26:50.980 --> 01:26:55.980] and ruin your ability to have an income in order
[01:26:55.980 --> 01:26:57.540]  to fight these people.
[01:26:57.540 --> 01:27:00.780] A lot of times you may be able to go talk to them
[01:27:00.780 --> 01:27:07.100] and we find they're not always as bad as they seem at first.
[01:27:07.100 --> 01:27:13.300] The best fight for me is the one that I picked.
[01:27:13.300 --> 01:27:14.940]  I go in and start a fight.
[01:27:14.940 --> 01:27:19.100] I go in and ask for some records and I ask for records
[01:27:19.100 --> 01:27:24.460] in an obscure way so that they won't have any idea why I'm
[01:27:24.460 --> 01:27:28.420] asking for these records so that I can get one of them
[01:27:28.420 --> 01:27:32.900] to ask me why I want to see these records.
[01:27:32.900 --> 01:27:38.620] Gotcha, then I get to go after them so I pick that fight.
[01:27:38.620 --> 01:27:42.180] They don't have anything that can come back after me
[01:27:42.180 --> 01:27:44.460] so I get to control the fight.
[01:27:44.460 --> 01:27:47.060] When they're coming after you and your property
[01:27:47.060 --> 01:27:51.620] or your liberties at risk, that's a whole different calculation
[01:27:51.620 --> 01:27:53.580] and we should do those calculations carefully.
[01:27:53.580 --> 01:27:56.260]  That's my only point.
[01:27:56.260 --> 01:27:59.300] Did you have something else for us, Jeff?
[01:27:59.300 --> 01:28:03.500] May I ask you just that because I asked him to come on
[01:28:03.500 --> 01:28:04.700]  and talk about this.
[01:28:04.700 --> 01:28:06.500]  Okay, go ahead, Jeff.
[01:28:06.500 --> 01:28:10.500] If you have the time to address this, if not, that's fine.
[01:28:10.500 --> 01:28:16.140] But some friends I know are having something somewhat similar
[01:28:16.140 --> 01:28:18.460]  with a township up in Pennsylvania.
[01:28:18.460 --> 01:28:23.620] They moved out of Baltimore into a rural area
[01:28:23.620 --> 01:28:26.540] and the township is really giving them a fit.
[01:28:26.540 --> 01:28:28.940]  The guy's a very professional builder
[01:28:28.940 --> 01:28:31.660] and he wanted to build a dog kennel.
[01:28:31.660 --> 01:28:33.940] And because he said it, he went in and said,
[01:28:33.940 --> 01:28:36.260]  I want to build a dog kennel.
[01:28:36.260 --> 01:28:39.420] They labeled that as a kennel and gave it a bunch of grief.
[01:28:39.420 --> 01:28:40.820] Finally, one of the people said,
[01:28:40.820 --> 01:28:44.140]  just call it a multi-purpose agricultural building
[01:28:44.140 --> 01:28:45.780] and everything will be fine.
[01:28:45.780 --> 01:28:48.940] So he did that and he built a beautiful building.
[01:28:48.940 --> 01:28:51.300] You could almost sit there except for the slant floors
[01:28:51.300 --> 01:28:56.900] for bleach and he put in electricity and water
[01:28:56.900 --> 01:29:01.340] without permits and they're just giving him a fit now
[01:29:01.340 --> 01:29:04.340] and threatening him to the point where he's saying,
[01:29:04.340 --> 01:29:06.420]  I think I'm going to stop the lead.
[01:29:06.420 --> 01:29:07.460]  What would you suggest?
[01:29:07.460 --> 01:29:09.620]  Okay, you said, okay, I'm having a little trouble
[01:29:09.620 --> 01:29:10.900]  with your sound.
[01:29:10.900 --> 01:29:14.020] You said he put in electricity without a permit.
[01:29:14.020 --> 01:29:17.660]  Electricity and water, yes.
[01:29:17.660 --> 01:29:21.300] Okay, this is what I suggest you have him do.
[01:29:21.300 --> 01:29:25.980]  Go find a master plumber, a master electrician.
[01:29:25.980 --> 01:29:30.820] Ask them to come in and look at what he's done
[01:29:30.820 --> 01:29:35.060] and ask the see if he can pay him 100 bucks or so
[01:29:35.060 --> 01:29:38.380]  to pull a permit.
[01:29:38.380 --> 01:29:42.340] And then get the plumber or the electrician to tell him
[01:29:42.340 --> 01:29:45.740] anything he needs to do, anything he needs to change.
[01:29:45.740 --> 01:29:50.060] And he makes the changes and then have the plumber come
[01:29:50.060 --> 01:29:51.940] and look at it and say, yeah, it's okay.
[01:29:51.940 --> 01:29:54.060] Then the plumber will call the city and they'll come out
[01:29:54.060 --> 01:29:57.940] and inspect it and then everybody's happy.
[01:29:57.940 --> 01:30:00.140]  Okay.
[01:30:00.140 --> 01:30:04.660]  Get out a hat and sunglasses.
[01:30:04.660 --> 01:30:08.260] In San Diego, law enforcement agents are using video surveillance
[01:30:08.260 --> 01:30:12.420] cameras and facial recognition to pick faces out of crowds.
[01:30:12.420 --> 01:30:16.220] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with details in a moment.
[01:30:43.420 --> 01:30:48.940] Privacy invading technologies are coming online faster
[01:30:48.940 --> 01:30:52.100] than you can scream big brother and one California company
[01:30:52.100 --> 01:30:55.380] called Face First tops my spooky list.
[01:30:55.380 --> 01:30:58.300] Face First has developed scanners that can sweep a crowd
[01:30:58.300 --> 01:31:00.980] from 100 feet away to record every face
[01:31:00.980 --> 01:31:03.500] and feed those images into a database.
[01:31:03.500 --> 01:31:06.620] People are identified in under a second.
[01:31:06.620 --> 01:31:08.220]  Already deployed in Panama,
[01:31:08.220 --> 01:31:12.100] Face First is now being tested on San Diego streets.
[01:31:12.100 --> 01:31:16.340] Imagine the feds, drones, marketers and stalkers all scanning
[01:31:16.340 --> 01:31:20.140] our faces and identifying us as we walk down the street.
[01:31:20.140 --> 01:31:23.780]  Yikes, I'm buying a floppy hat and some sunglasses.
[01:31:23.780 --> 01:31:26.580]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com,
[01:31:26.580 --> 01:31:31.260]  the world's most private search engine.
[01:31:31.260 --> 01:31:35.140]  This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell
[01:31:35.140 --> 01:31:36.740]  on the afternoon of September 11.
[01:31:36.740 --> 01:31:38.580] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:31:38.580 --> 01:31:42.260]  However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded
[01:31:42.260 --> 01:31:43.740]  it was a controlled demolition.
[01:31:43.740 --> 01:31:46.540] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives
[01:31:46.540 --> 01:31:49.340] and thousands of my fellow force responders are dying.
[01:31:49.340 --> 01:31:50.780]  I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:31:50.780 --> 01:31:51.700]  I'm a structural engineer.
[01:31:51.700 --> 01:31:53.180]  I'm a New York City correction officer.
[01:31:53.180 --> 01:31:54.140]  I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:31:54.140 --> 01:31:55.740]  I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:31:55.740 --> 01:31:58.340] We're Americans and we deserve the truth.
[01:31:58.340 --> 01:32:01.620]  Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[01:32:01.620 --> 01:32:03.940] Hey, it's Danny here for Hill Country Home Improvements.
[01:32:03.940 --> 01:32:05.700] Did your home receive hail or wind damage
[01:32:05.700 --> 01:32:06.900]  from the recent storms?
[01:32:06.900 --> 01:32:08.780] Come on, we all know the government caused it
[01:32:08.780 --> 01:32:09.980]  with their chemtrails.
[01:32:09.980 --> 01:32:11.580] But good luck getting them to pay for it.
[01:32:11.580 --> 01:32:13.780] OK, I might be kidding about the chemtrails.
[01:32:13.780 --> 01:32:15.140]  But I'm serious about your roof.
[01:32:15.140 --> 01:32:17.420] That's why you have insurance and Hill Country Home
[01:32:17.420 --> 01:32:19.380] Improvements can handle the claim for you
[01:32:19.380 --> 01:32:21.740]  with little to no out-of-pocket expense.
[01:32:21.740 --> 01:32:24.780]  And we accept Bitcoin as a multi-year A-plus member
[01:32:24.780 --> 01:32:27.380] of the Better Business Bureau with zero complaints.
[01:32:27.380 --> 01:32:29.380] You can trust Hill Country Home Improvements
[01:32:29.380 --> 01:32:32.700] to handle your claim and your roof right the first time.
[01:32:32.700 --> 01:32:39.140]  Just call 512-992-8745 or go to hillcountryhomeimprovements.com.
[01:32:39.140 --> 01:32:41.460] Mention the crypto show and get $100 off.
[01:32:41.460 --> 01:32:44.500] And we'll donate another $100 to the Logos radio network
[01:32:44.500 --> 01:32:46.060] to help continue this programming.
[01:32:46.060 --> 01:32:48.860] So if those out-of-town roofers come knocking,
[01:32:48.860 --> 01:32:51.100] your door should be locked in.
[01:32:51.100 --> 01:32:57.260]  That's 512-992-8745 or hillcountryhomeimprovements.com.
[01:32:57.260 --> 01:32:59.540] Discounts are based on full roof replacement.
[01:32:59.540 --> 01:33:02.420]  I mean, I actually be kidding about chemtrails.
[01:33:02.420 --> 01:33:05.420] You are listening to the Logos radio network.
[01:33:05.420 --> 01:33:32.420]  Logosradionetwork.com.
[01:33:35.420 --> 01:33:42.260]  Okay, we are back.
[01:33:42.260 --> 01:33:45.580] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Ruevall Radio.
[01:33:45.580 --> 01:33:48.380] And we're talking to Jeff in Texas.
[01:33:48.380 --> 01:33:52.180] And okay, Jeff, I kind of run off the cliff again
[01:33:52.180 --> 01:33:56.980] and I've got chewed out because my bad.
[01:33:56.980 --> 01:34:04.940] Okay. Yeah, then he might look at getting some master
[01:34:04.940 --> 01:34:10.380] plumber, master electrician to pull these permits for him.
[01:34:10.380 --> 01:34:15.780] Generally, the cities don't want to have a big fight.
[01:34:15.780 --> 01:34:21.020] But they also don't want to have problems coming back later.
[01:34:21.020 --> 01:34:23.260] So if you get a master plumber to come out there
[01:34:23.260 --> 01:34:26.060] and look at your plumbing and say, you know,
[01:34:26.060 --> 01:34:29.380] I'll sign off on this, then the city's going to be happy.
[01:34:29.380 --> 01:34:32.620] And a master electrician on the electrical,
[01:34:32.620 --> 01:34:37.020] there may be some key issues that he needs to know about
[01:34:37.020 --> 01:34:40.100] to meet code that the master can tell him.
[01:34:40.100 --> 01:34:42.020] It'll be a whole lot cheaper doing it that way
[01:34:42.020 --> 01:34:46.740] than having to pull all this out and redo it.
[01:34:46.740 --> 01:34:50.740] This is actually from South Carolina, but that's okay.
[01:34:50.740 --> 01:34:55.100] But this situation I described was in Pennsylvania.
[01:34:55.100 --> 01:34:59.100] And the other thing, if you want to comment or know,
[01:34:59.100 --> 01:35:03.980]  it's a township, it's a rural township.
[01:35:03.980 --> 01:35:10.180] But the attorney for the township stated that they were at business
[01:35:10.180 --> 01:35:13.860] and a kennel, which a kennel, they don't yield to either one
[01:35:13.860 --> 01:35:15.660] of them by the definition.
[01:35:15.660 --> 01:35:21.980] Would that be worth any response there or just let that go?
[01:35:21.980 --> 01:35:28.700] Not unless they're trying to license him or something.
[01:35:28.700 --> 01:35:32.100] If it's an issue, then he'd have to address it.
[01:35:32.100 --> 01:35:38.420]  But it's only a kennel or a business if it's open to the public
[01:35:38.420 --> 01:35:46.820] or open for any kind of revenue generation.
[01:35:46.820 --> 01:35:49.380] So for the most part, I wouldn't pay any attention
[01:35:49.380 --> 01:35:55.020] to what the lawyer said unless they file some kind of affidavit
[01:35:55.020 --> 01:35:59.380] of something accusing him of operating a business
[01:35:59.380 --> 01:36:03.180] without a license or what would be the point of calling
[01:36:03.180 --> 01:36:05.420]  and getting a business for a kennel.
[01:36:05.420 --> 01:36:08.380]  Okay. All right, yep.
[01:36:08.380 --> 01:36:09.660] Okay, thank you so much.
[01:36:09.660 --> 01:36:12.220] I'll get off and you can get your next guest.
[01:36:12.220 --> 01:36:14.220] Thank you so much for your time, Mr. Kellen.
[01:36:14.220 --> 01:36:15.460]  Okay, thank you, Jeff.
[01:36:15.460 --> 01:36:17.660] Now we're going to Tim in Texas.
[01:36:17.660 --> 01:36:19.260]  Hello, Tim.
[01:36:19.260 --> 01:36:21.660]  Hello.
[01:36:21.660 --> 01:36:25.660] Okay, what do you have for us today?
[01:36:25.660 --> 01:36:29.900]  Well, I was just, you know, we've got this,
[01:36:29.900 --> 01:36:33.420] supposed to have all this documentation for them Monday
[01:36:33.420 --> 01:36:37.420] for this deposition the following Monday.
[01:36:37.420 --> 01:36:40.700] And of course, we don't have anything.
[01:36:40.700 --> 01:36:43.900] So, you know, we've been thinking, you know,
[01:36:43.900 --> 01:36:47.900] the 4th and the 5th Amendment, you know, what do we do?
[01:36:47.900 --> 01:36:52.140] Well, because they've got this deposition now a friend of ours
[01:36:52.140 --> 01:36:55.740] talked to an attorney friend of theirs and he said,
[01:36:55.740 --> 01:36:58.060]  wait a minute, he said they're doing the deposition
[01:36:58.060 --> 01:37:00.700] after they did the judgment.
[01:37:00.700 --> 01:37:02.860]  He said that's really illegal.
[01:37:02.860 --> 01:37:07.100]  He said, so they're going on a fishing expedition.
[01:37:07.100 --> 01:37:11.660] So, you know, I didn't really know what to say to that.
[01:37:11.660 --> 01:37:17.340] So I just kind of, you know, said and tried to think about it
[01:37:17.340 --> 01:37:19.100] all day long, not really knowing.
[01:37:19.100 --> 01:37:20.300]  I don't know where I'm at.
[01:37:20.300 --> 01:37:23.500] I'm kind of lost walking around the circles there.
[01:37:23.500 --> 01:37:25.900]  Fishing expedition.
[01:37:25.900 --> 01:37:29.100]  Yeah, said they're going on a fishing expedition.
[01:37:29.100 --> 01:37:34.220] He said, because usually they do the depositions
[01:37:34.220 --> 01:37:39.100]  before the judgment, but I don't know.
[01:37:39.100 --> 01:37:39.900]  I have no idea.
[01:37:39.900 --> 01:37:46.220] This is my first time in this, anything like this.
[01:37:46.220 --> 01:37:54.700] OK, I don't know how to answer that because if you have to
[01:37:54.700 --> 01:38:02.620]  produce documentation, produce what's public information,
[01:38:02.620 --> 01:38:05.180] titles to the property, they want to know what you have.
[01:38:05.180 --> 01:38:07.980]  Here, give them only what's public.
[01:38:07.980 --> 01:38:11.100] You know, they order you to bring stuff for discovery
[01:38:11.100 --> 01:38:13.580]  and bring something.
[01:38:13.580 --> 01:38:18.540]  Just anything you don't want to bring, don't bring.
[01:38:18.540 --> 01:38:24.140] And then when they complain that you didn't bring everything,
[01:38:24.140 --> 01:38:26.380] you maintain, you brought everything you have.
[01:38:26.380 --> 01:38:30.140] And then they're going to move to have the judge issue an order
[01:38:30.140 --> 01:38:32.220] and you're going to object to the order because the judge
[01:38:32.220 --> 01:38:33.420]  doesn't have any jurisdiction.
[01:38:36.940 --> 01:38:41.340] Test the ability of the judge to continue to adjudicate
[01:38:41.340 --> 01:38:43.660]  and discovery.
[01:38:43.660 --> 01:38:44.540]  It's tough for him.
[01:38:44.540 --> 01:38:46.860] And at this point, there's no point in discovery.
[01:38:49.260 --> 01:38:54.540] I mean, this court is being absolutely as malicious
[01:38:54.540 --> 01:38:55.660]  as it possibly can.
[01:38:57.500 --> 01:39:00.060] Well, does that have anything to do with those filing
[01:39:00.060 --> 01:39:01.900] criminal charges against the judge?
[01:39:03.500 --> 01:39:04.940] He was doing that before that.
[01:39:06.780 --> 01:39:07.180]  OK.
[01:39:07.980 --> 01:39:10.860] They were already being as malicious as they possibly could.
[01:39:10.860 --> 01:39:13.580] And I got the impression it was because you were prosaic.
[01:39:13.580 --> 01:39:14.460]  And they're trying to.
[01:39:14.460 --> 01:39:16.220] And this is what I've been seeing with courts.
[01:39:16.220 --> 01:39:18.940] If you come in prosaic, they're going to hammer you
[01:39:18.940 --> 01:39:20.140] in every way they can.
[01:39:20.140 --> 01:39:24.140] And this is a spears to be a concerted effort
[01:39:24.140 --> 01:39:28.540] on the part of the courts to prevent people
[01:39:28.540 --> 01:39:29.980]  from representing themselves.
[01:39:29.980 --> 01:39:35.900] Because the state bar complained that 25% of the cases
[01:39:35.900 --> 01:39:39.180] are being handled by people prosaic because they
[01:39:39.180 --> 01:39:40.940]  don't trust lawyers.
[01:39:40.940 --> 01:39:42.060]  Right.
[01:39:42.060 --> 01:39:43.820] And now it seems like the courts are trying
[01:39:43.820 --> 01:39:46.380] to retaliate against prosaic litigants
[01:39:46.380 --> 01:39:48.380] to try to force them to use lawyers.
[01:39:49.500 --> 01:39:49.740]  Yeah.
[01:39:52.540 --> 01:39:54.060]  This is just discovery.
[01:39:54.940 --> 01:39:56.940]  So they're trying to discover something.
[01:39:56.940 --> 01:39:59.980] So if we can't stop this, then just take them
[01:39:59.980 --> 01:40:01.340] to the titles to your property.
[01:40:02.300 --> 01:40:05.740] Well, the titles to my property are not in my name.
[01:40:05.740 --> 01:40:13.020] Then what are they asking for that you don't want to give them?
[01:40:15.740 --> 01:40:17.340]  I thought we went over this.
[01:40:17.340 --> 01:40:19.420] I really don't want to go over on the radio, but.
[01:40:20.220 --> 01:40:20.460]  OK.
[01:40:21.900 --> 01:40:22.140]  OK.
[01:40:22.140 --> 01:40:23.260]  I don't know what to tell you.
[01:40:23.980 --> 01:40:25.660]  Just take them something.
[01:40:25.660 --> 01:40:28.780] Take them a piece of paper and say, this is all I got.
[01:40:28.780 --> 01:40:31.740] And then let them complain that you didn't bring everything.
[01:40:31.740 --> 01:40:36.140] When they say you don't bring everything,
[01:40:36.140 --> 01:40:38.780]  then what exactly must I have?
[01:40:38.780 --> 01:40:41.420] Did they tell you exactly what you should bring?
[01:40:42.940 --> 01:40:43.980]  61 things.
[01:40:44.940 --> 01:40:47.340] They want seven years of tax returns.
[01:40:48.140 --> 01:40:48.540]  They want.
[01:40:48.540 --> 01:40:50.540]  It's just any relevance.
[01:40:51.500 --> 01:40:51.740]  OK.
[01:40:53.020 --> 01:40:53.740]  All checking.
[01:40:56.300 --> 01:40:56.540]  Yeah.
[01:40:56.540 --> 01:40:58.620] You don't have to register like that in your purse.
[01:40:59.340 --> 01:41:00.460]  And it is.
[01:41:00.460 --> 01:41:02.620] They want any guns that we have.
[01:41:04.380 --> 01:41:04.620]  Yeah.
[01:41:05.260 --> 01:41:06.860] This court would see that it should.
[01:41:07.660 --> 01:41:07.980]  Yeah.
[01:41:07.980 --> 01:41:10.300]  So there's a fine, a confinement or both.
[01:41:10.300 --> 01:41:13.180] Yeah, they're already threatening us with contempt of court
[01:41:14.220 --> 01:41:19.500] if we don't show up with everything and fine and jail.
[01:41:19.500 --> 01:41:24.700]  OK.
[01:41:24.700 --> 01:41:26.940]  We've already, I don't know what to tell you here.
[01:41:26.940 --> 01:41:27.740]  I really don't.
[01:41:27.740 --> 01:41:30.220]  This is beyond outrageous.
[01:41:31.020 --> 01:41:32.940]  Maybe it's time for habeas corpus.
[01:41:34.540 --> 01:41:34.780]  Yeah.
[01:41:35.500 --> 01:41:35.740]  Well.
[01:41:36.700 --> 01:41:38.300]  No, civil habeas corpus.
[01:41:40.620 --> 01:41:40.940]  OK.
[01:41:40.940 --> 01:41:43.500] Well, Monday they're going to want this stuff.
[01:41:43.500 --> 01:41:50.220] And if we don't have it, then they're going to go directly to the court.
[01:41:50.220 --> 01:41:54.460]  And I don't know.
[01:41:54.460 --> 01:41:56.620]  I guess I don't know what's going to happen.
[01:41:56.620 --> 01:41:58.940] I've never been through anything like this before.
[01:41:58.940 --> 01:42:00.700] This is new for me.
[01:42:03.260 --> 01:42:06.300]  I don't do much in civil courts this way.
[01:42:07.340 --> 01:42:09.100]  So I'm struggling to keep up.
[01:42:09.100 --> 01:42:13.740] But these guys are absolutely horrendously malicious.
[01:42:15.660 --> 01:42:20.620] And the thing I did want to mention, we looked on the,
[01:42:20.620 --> 01:42:24.860] we tried to look up the lawyer on the Bar Association website.
[01:42:26.140 --> 01:42:33.260] And we went to a page that seemed to indicate that he was not authorized to practice law.
[01:42:34.220 --> 01:42:35.260] That was not the case.
[01:42:35.260 --> 01:42:36.300]  I remember the first.
[01:42:36.300 --> 01:42:40.140] But that page was really saying was that there were no results.
[01:42:40.140 --> 01:42:41.100]  They didn't find him.
[01:42:41.660 --> 01:42:47.580] I went in and put in only his bar card number and I found him.
[01:42:48.380 --> 01:42:50.940] So he is in good standing with the bar.
[01:42:50.940 --> 01:42:53.260] We thought he wasn't in good standing with the bar.
[01:42:53.260 --> 01:42:56.620] And that would give us a great shot at him.
[01:42:56.620 --> 01:42:57.820]  But that wasn't the case.
[01:42:58.380 --> 01:43:03.020] If you try to look up a lawyer on the Bar Association site,
[01:43:03.020 --> 01:43:06.220]  sometimes it's confusing.
[01:43:06.940 --> 01:43:12.780] If you put his name in, and it's not exactly the way he has his name registered with the bar,
[01:43:12.780 --> 01:43:18.220] like this guy didn't have a middle initial, but on the bar he had a middle initial.
[01:43:18.220 --> 01:43:19.500]  That's why we didn't find him.
[01:43:20.620 --> 01:43:23.260] I would have figured first name and last name would have found him,
[01:43:23.260 --> 01:43:24.060]  but it doesn't.
[01:43:24.060 --> 01:43:25.100] It has to be exact.
[01:43:25.820 --> 01:43:27.340] So bar card found him.
[01:43:28.220 --> 01:43:29.580] Hang on, about to go to break.
[01:43:29.580 --> 01:43:33.340] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, will have our radio.
[01:43:33.340 --> 01:43:36.300] It's our last segment, so we'll give out a call in number.
[01:43:37.580 --> 01:43:38.540]  We'll be right back.
[01:43:38.540 --> 01:44:00.380] ɣ
[01:44:00.380 --> 01:44:02.700] Nutritious food is real body armor.
[01:44:02.700 --> 01:44:05.820] It builds muscle, burns fat, improves digestion,
[01:44:05.820 --> 01:44:08.820] and feeds the entire body the nutrients it needs.
[01:44:08.820 --> 01:44:12.820] Did you know the US government banned the hemp plant from growing in the United States?
[01:44:12.820 --> 01:44:16.820] And classified it as a Schedule 1 drug to hide it behind the marijuana plant.
[01:44:16.820 --> 01:44:22.820] People have been confused about this plant for over 80 years, and many still don't know what hemp is.
[01:44:22.820 --> 01:44:26.820] So now you know hemp is not marijuana, and marijuana is not hemp.
[01:44:26.820 --> 01:44:29.820] They are different varieties of the same species.
[01:44:29.820 --> 01:44:32.820] HempUSA.org wants the world to know these basic facts,
[01:44:32.820 --> 01:44:38.820] and to help people understand that hemp protein powder is the best kept health secret you need to know about.
[01:44:38.820 --> 01:44:47.820] Remember, hemp protein powder contains 53% protein, is gluten free, anti-inflammatory, non-GMO, and is loaded with nutrients.
[01:44:47.820 --> 01:44:59.820] Call 888-910-4367, 888-910-4367, and see what our powder seeds and oil can do for you, only at hempUSA.org.

[01:46:21.820 --> 01:46:47.820] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, rule of law radio, and Tim, I'll have to go through your discovery list off the air
[01:46:47.820 --> 01:46:57.820] and we'll take objections to these items and file those when you go in.
[01:46:57.820 --> 01:47:00.820] And I heard that you had talked to him earlier, so...
[01:47:00.820 --> 01:47:05.820] Yeah, and this is an area that I don't have that much experience in.
[01:47:05.820 --> 01:47:13.820] Here I need to have an attorney tell you how to do it because it's something that you'd have to have direct experience in.
[01:47:13.820 --> 01:47:17.820] And I'm afraid to speak because I don't know how to address this.
[01:47:17.820 --> 01:47:22.820] You stumped the chump. I just don't know how to do this part.
[01:47:22.820 --> 01:47:25.820]  I will talk to Ken.
[01:47:25.820 --> 01:47:27.820]  The attorney?
[01:47:27.820 --> 01:47:33.820] I'll talk to Ken. Ken may be helpful in this, but I need... Do I have a copy of the...
[01:47:33.820 --> 01:47:36.820] Okay, let's talk about this part off the air.
[01:47:36.820 --> 01:47:37.820]  Okay.
[01:47:37.820 --> 01:47:38.820]  Okay.
[01:47:38.820 --> 01:47:39.820]  Tomorrow?
[01:47:39.820 --> 01:47:42.820] Do you have anything we can talk about on the air?
[01:47:42.820 --> 01:47:45.820]  No, not really.
[01:47:45.820 --> 01:47:46.820]  Okay.
[01:47:46.820 --> 01:47:58.820] I was going to tell you that from the beginning of this, the first letter that I sent to the code enforcement officer after I was cussed out by the city administrator,
[01:47:58.820 --> 01:48:08.820] that she... Basically, when I sent it to him, he got back to me six days later, but I cc'd it to the mayor and to the mayor pro tem.
[01:48:08.820 --> 01:48:17.820] And it was a very civil letter and explained everything and that I was trying to comply with these people across the board with everything.
[01:48:17.820 --> 01:48:22.820] And no one ever got back to me except for code enforcement.
[01:48:22.820 --> 01:48:26.820] He's the one that said to ask for the hearing.
[01:48:26.820 --> 01:48:32.820] So that's basically the only option they gave me was to ask for a hearing.
[01:48:32.820 --> 01:48:41.820] And I have proof that every time that I tried that code enforcement has ever done anything with me that we've always tried to comply with them.
[01:48:41.820 --> 01:48:43.820]  Okay, what's the problem?
[01:48:43.820 --> 01:48:45.820] Okay, we'll see if we can fix it, you know.
[01:48:45.820 --> 01:48:51.820] And there were two earlier that year when it first started in April for this.
[01:48:51.820 --> 01:48:52.820] So it started in January.
[01:48:52.820 --> 01:48:53.820] We took care of that.
[01:48:53.820 --> 01:48:56.820] And then they sent us another one in March.
[01:48:56.820 --> 01:48:58.820] We took care of that.
[01:48:58.820 --> 01:49:04.820] And then the April one and that's when the city administrator went nuts on us.
[01:49:04.820 --> 01:49:15.820] And then only thing I can figure is that this council never really heard anything except what she told them.
[01:49:15.820 --> 01:49:27.820] And maybe that's why they got it in for me like they did because they turned basically everything over to the attorneys and the attorneys immediately began lying.
[01:49:27.820 --> 01:49:29.820]  And that's when they had the...
[01:49:29.820 --> 01:49:33.820] We've made the time for habeas corpus.
[01:49:33.820 --> 01:49:39.820] And times start putting together a federal suit.
[01:49:39.820 --> 01:49:40.820]  Yeah.
[01:49:40.820 --> 01:49:46.820] A federal RICO suit against them because this one really looks outrageous.
[01:49:46.820 --> 01:49:47.820]  Yeah.
[01:49:47.820 --> 01:49:57.820] This is in the trial court, in the original trial court, Jim, produced proof that all of the vehicles were in compliance and they just refused.
[01:49:57.820 --> 01:50:00.820] They ignored it and steamrolled ahead anyway.
[01:50:00.820 --> 01:50:07.820] So this is probably a good case for a habeas and then a federal RICO suit.
[01:50:07.820 --> 01:50:08.820]  Yeah.
[01:50:08.820 --> 01:50:17.820] Yeah, they basically loaded up the administrative hearing and it was illegal.
[01:50:17.820 --> 01:50:23.820] And then when they didn't answer our challenge to subject matter jurisdiction, then we filed for summary judgment.
[01:50:23.820 --> 01:50:26.820] Then after the summary judgment, they ignored that.
[01:50:26.820 --> 01:50:29.820] Then that's when they filed for restraining order and injunction.
[01:50:29.820 --> 01:50:36.820] So now we have a permanent injunction against us with an $80,000 judgment.
[01:50:36.820 --> 01:50:40.820] Okay, so we need to take this to the federal court.
[01:50:40.820 --> 01:50:51.820] Well, I just hope we don't have to sit any time and, you know, anyway, you understand what I'm getting at.
[01:50:51.820 --> 01:50:53.820] Let's not do this on the air.
[01:50:53.820 --> 01:50:54.820]  Okay.
[01:50:54.820 --> 01:50:55.820]  Okay.
[01:50:55.820 --> 01:50:57.820]  I can't say about it.
[01:50:57.820 --> 01:51:01.820] This is an incredibly malicious court.
[01:51:01.820 --> 01:51:04.820] And so we have to find a way to go after them.
[01:51:04.820 --> 01:51:07.820]  Yeah, I think that's the way to do it.
[01:51:07.820 --> 01:51:15.820] Who may talk to, is trying to talk to the council and say, listen, this is going to get a whole lot worse if you guys don't try to settle this down,
[01:51:15.820 --> 01:51:20.820] because the city administrator is probably fixing to get fired.
[01:51:20.820 --> 01:51:29.820] She is on administrative leave while they're doing misconduct investigation.
[01:51:29.820 --> 01:51:35.820] I told another person that the city does not want to get sued by her.
[01:51:35.820 --> 01:51:38.820]  So they're taking things real careful.
[01:51:38.820 --> 01:51:43.820]  Yeah, they've got one suit, that's enough.
[01:51:43.820 --> 01:51:49.820] But it may help you in the end, because this woman is real malicious.
[01:51:49.820 --> 01:51:57.820] If they fire her, then she may actually come back and help you to get back at them.
[01:51:57.820 --> 01:52:04.820] I told the lady to talk to the council and say that I will try to help because of all the other things that she has done through the attorney general,
[01:52:04.820 --> 01:52:12.820] the state comptroller, you know, everything that she's done, a false incident report with the sheriff's department.
[01:52:12.820 --> 01:52:15.820] I mean, there's a whole load of things that she has done.
[01:52:15.820 --> 01:52:23.820] This whole thing was instigated by the city manager or the city administrator, and now the city is firing her.
[01:52:23.820 --> 01:52:37.820] And so the only thing that might be in order now is a federal habeas corpus and then a federal RICO suit.
[01:52:37.820 --> 01:52:39.820] Okay, let's talk about this off the air.
[01:52:39.820 --> 01:52:42.820] I've got one more caller and just a few minutes left.
[01:52:42.820 --> 01:52:43.820]  Okay.
[01:52:43.820 --> 01:52:45.820]  Okay, thank you, Tim.
[01:52:45.820 --> 01:52:50.820] Okay, we are going to John in New York.
[01:52:50.820 --> 01:52:55.820]  Hello, John.
[01:52:55.820 --> 01:52:59.820]  Hello, John.
[01:52:59.820 --> 01:53:05.820] Did I put John to sleep again?
[01:53:05.820 --> 01:53:08.820] It seems like I put John to sleep.
[01:53:08.820 --> 01:53:10.820]  Okay.
[01:53:10.820 --> 01:53:15.820] Well, since Tim dropped off and John's not there,
[01:53:15.820 --> 01:53:22.820] one more time, it looks like John just dropped off.
[01:53:22.820 --> 01:53:25.820] So, okay, out of callers.
[01:53:25.820 --> 01:53:32.820] I'm going to go back to the electronic lawyer.
[01:53:32.820 --> 01:53:36.820] We are getting things put together really well.
[01:53:36.820 --> 01:53:41.820] All the pieces are beginning to fall into place.
[01:53:41.820 --> 01:53:47.820] The way things are going now, we're hoping to get some kind of funding within a month or so,
[01:53:47.820 --> 01:53:50.820] and then some major funding another three or four months after that,
[01:53:50.820 --> 01:53:53.820] and we can start putting this whole tool together.
[01:53:53.820 --> 01:54:00.820] I've started looking at the Securities Exchange Commission laws.
[01:54:00.820 --> 01:54:06.820] Oh, is that John back there squeaking in the background?
[01:54:06.820 --> 01:54:07.820]  Excuse me, yes.
[01:54:07.820 --> 01:54:09.820]  Oh, there you are.
[01:54:09.820 --> 01:54:13.820] We went to you earlier and we figured we'd put you to sleep.
[01:54:13.820 --> 01:54:14.820]  Okay.
[01:54:14.820 --> 01:54:18.820] The phone was on mute.
[01:54:18.820 --> 01:54:20.820]  Oh, okay.
[01:54:20.820 --> 01:54:22.820] What do you have for us?
[01:54:22.820 --> 01:54:24.820]  Okay, I apologize.
[01:54:24.820 --> 01:54:31.820] You had told me that there's a way to use the UCC to eliminate debt collector debt.
[01:54:31.820 --> 01:54:41.820] Now, is there a way, without filing bankruptcy, to use the UCC to eliminate credit card debt?
[01:54:41.820 --> 01:54:45.820] Have you read the UCC for New York yet?
[01:54:45.820 --> 01:54:46.820]  Yes, I did.
[01:54:46.820 --> 01:54:51.820] And I might have, I'll tell you this, I'll probably miss it.
[01:54:51.820 --> 01:54:54.820] My head does not wrap around legal very well.
[01:54:54.820 --> 01:55:02.820] Okay, they're claiming, a debt collector is claiming to be acting under a contract.
[01:55:02.820 --> 01:55:06.820] Have you asked them to produce the contract?
[01:55:06.820 --> 01:55:09.820] Yes, I did and they totally ignored me.
[01:55:09.820 --> 01:55:17.820] Then, I'd have to go back and read the UCC.
[01:55:17.820 --> 01:55:24.820] There is one thing that comes to mind, UCC is not my area, but I've been through it a time or two.
[01:55:24.820 --> 01:55:36.820] And the reason I've referred you to the UCC is in reading the Uniform Commercial Code and reading the Consumer Protection Laws.
[01:55:36.820 --> 01:55:47.820] It became clear that everything that is in the Consumer Protection Laws are in the UCC.
[01:55:47.820 --> 01:55:59.820] So, if you make specific requests under UCC and the debt collector refuses to respond,
[01:55:59.820 --> 01:56:07.820] then best strategy is to sue the debt collector.
[01:56:07.820 --> 01:56:13.820] 55% of the time the plaintiff wins, in all cases, across the board.
[01:56:13.820 --> 01:56:14.820]  That's the average.
[01:56:14.820 --> 01:56:15.820]  55% you win.
[01:56:15.820 --> 01:56:19.820] So, you always have the upper hand when you're the plaintiff.
[01:56:19.820 --> 01:56:34.820] So, you sue the debt collector for violating Uniform Commercial Code and that creates a tort against you or a contractual violation.
[01:56:34.820 --> 01:56:44.820] He's claiming to collect on a debt and he failed to prove up the debt, so you charge him with harassment.
[01:56:44.820 --> 01:56:50.820] Well, I got off on the wrong foot. I'd better read the question to you again.
[01:56:50.820 --> 01:56:58.820] Is there a way to, without filing bankruptcy, to use the UCC to eliminate credit card debt?
[01:56:58.820 --> 01:57:00.820]  That's what it's telling you.
[01:57:00.820 --> 01:57:10.820] You sue the person making the claim for the debt for making a false claim.
[01:57:10.820 --> 01:57:16.820] No, no, this has nothing to do with a debt collector. There's no debt collector involved.
[01:57:16.820 --> 01:57:20.820] Okay, misunderstanding. You want to eliminate the debt itself.
[01:57:20.820 --> 01:57:24.820] Yeah, yeah. Without a debt collector, there's no debt collector involved.
[01:57:24.820 --> 01:57:30.820]  I'm paying on a credit card that I'm having a rough time doing it.
[01:57:30.820 --> 01:57:37.820] And rather than to do bankruptcy and you eliminate the debt by just using the UCC, there's no debt collector involved.
[01:57:37.820 --> 01:57:46.820] Yeah, you sue the debt. Whoever holds the debt, are they trying to collect the debt with a debt collector?
[01:57:46.820 --> 01:57:49.820] No, no, no. Let's do it again. Let's do it fresh.
[01:57:49.820 --> 01:57:54.820] Then make an offer to pay off the debt.
[01:57:54.820 --> 01:57:55.820]  Okay.
[01:57:55.820 --> 01:58:03.820] And then demand that they prove up the debt so that you can pay it off.
[01:58:03.820 --> 01:58:04.820]  Okay.
[01:58:04.820 --> 01:58:11.820] And then when they fail to prove up the debt, then you sue them to cancel the debt because they have no claim.
[01:58:11.820 --> 01:58:19.820] And you can claim harm from them in any amount you want to or you think you could support.
[01:58:19.820 --> 01:58:23.820] And then go to the table and say, okay, I'm going to take you guys to court.
[01:58:23.820 --> 01:58:28.820] We're going to bounce around in the court for the next five or six years.
[01:58:28.820 --> 01:58:33.820]  Or let's make a deal.
[01:58:33.820 --> 01:58:39.820] A lot of times it's cheaper to write off the debt than it is to fight you in court.
[01:58:39.820 --> 01:58:42.820] Unless it's a couple hundred thousand dollars. We are out of time.
[01:58:42.820 --> 01:58:45.820] That is a good question. Call back tomorrow night.
[01:58:45.820 --> 01:58:48.820] I'll try to do some research and we'll look at it tomorrow night.
[01:58:48.820 --> 01:59:14.820]  You're listening. Good night.
