[01:07.000 --> 01:12.000]  of one simple economic reality, that is that the ISPs who decided to artificially block
[01:12.000 --> 01:16.000]  or slow down certain website traffic would lose business to providers who didn't,
[01:16.000 --> 01:21.000]  and given exclusive treatment to some sites in exchange for payment is not only a standard
[01:21.000 --> 01:25.000]  business model, but only makes sense considering the flow of given sites.
[01:25.000 --> 01:30.000]  As I mentioned, we don't recall what widespread content was being censored before the enforcement
[01:30.000 --> 01:34.000]  of the also benevolently sounding net neutrality regulation.
[01:34.000 --> 01:38.000]  During a speech at a R Street Institute event, Pai stated that, quote,
[01:38.000 --> 01:42.000]  when it comes to a free and open internet, Twitter is part of the problem,
[01:42.000 --> 01:46.000]  and that the company has a viewpoint that it uses that viewpoint to discriminate.
[01:46.000 --> 01:50.000]  Similar sentiments were stated towards the many online giants who support net neutrality,
[01:50.000 --> 01:54.000]  stating that, quote, they may cloak their advocacy and public interests,
[01:54.000 --> 01:58.000]  that these internet giants isn't using the regulatory process to cement their dominance
[01:58.000 --> 02:03.000]  in the internet economy. Only intensive research and an evaluation of incentives

[02:07.000 --> 02:12.000]  The Holcomb family, who lost eight members, including a woman who was pregnant
[02:12.000 --> 02:16.000]  in the mass church shooting in First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas,
[02:16.000 --> 02:21.000]  has filed a wrongful death claim against the U.S. military, claiming that the Air Force's negligence
[02:21.000 --> 02:24.000]  led to the gunman being able to acquire his weapons.
[02:24.000 --> 02:28.000]  The Air Force did admit that findings by Inspector General confirmed that proper personnel

[04:39.000 --> 04:49.000]  First, they have two troopers, or in Texas, it would be DPS. Here, they're state police, state troopers.
[04:49.000 --> 04:57.000]  Same thing. Then they have a sheriff deputy that stopped me on the street a couple, three weeks before that.
[04:57.000 --> 05:04.000]  What they did, they were so close together that they decided that they were going to combine the two trials in one.
[05:04.000 --> 05:10.000]  Okay, and this was a couple of days ago on December the 6th. This is a county court,
[05:10.000 --> 05:15.000]  and I put all the motions in, did everything. You know, I challenged subject matter jurisdiction
[05:15.000 --> 05:22.000]  to the whole nine yards, everything that I'm supposed to do. You know, challenge the statutes.
[05:22.000 --> 05:31.000]  Presented the statutes where they're not really supposed to be engaging when it's involving a civil issue.
[05:31.000 --> 05:38.000]  We have a specific code. You can look it up. It's 810-410-3 paragraph A.
[05:38.000 --> 05:45.000]  A police officer shall not arrest a person for a traffic violation. Okay?
[05:45.000 --> 05:55.000]  And I did the, what they call the civil infractions challenge, the motion challenge, and read everything that I'm supposed to read.
[05:55.000 --> 06:02.000]  The, what it's titled, I read it out loud, and it goes something like this, a paraphrase of what it said from the paper.
[06:02.000 --> 06:11.000]  I'm just doing it by memory now. And it goes, the authority vested in a police officer
[06:11.000 --> 06:21.000]  in relationship to contacts with the public have to be either felonies or breaches of the peace or both.
[06:21.000 --> 06:26.000]  Civil infractions are none of these. Okay?
[06:26.000 --> 06:35.000]  So it clearly states that. Then I read tons and tons of case law where these are cases all over the country.
[06:35.000 --> 06:43.000]  And I got this off of a YouTube video that has, it has a 24-page document.
[06:43.000 --> 06:47.000]  It's like 24 pages of this that supports this case law in every state.
[06:47.000 --> 06:58.000]  There is no law requiring you to record or pledge your automobile to any state agency, department of motor vehicles in any state.
[06:58.000 --> 07:04.000]  There's no law about that. Then I read case law, you know, out of many states out of California.
[07:04.000 --> 07:10.000]  Organs specifically, there's a code of 801.305 of the organized statutes.
[07:10.000 --> 07:20.000]  That clearly says, although they use the word vehicular, vehicular traffic, whether it's private or, you know, it's somebody who's in business.
[07:20.000 --> 07:31.000]  Vehicular traffic specifically in the paragraph where it says, or a man is using their property to pull whatever they need to do.
[07:31.000 --> 07:46.000]  But as long as it isn't in commerce, it isn't involving anything to do with transportation, has the right of way to use the road as a matter of right, matter of right.
[07:46.000 --> 07:55.000]  And then there's other state cases, you know, I quoted Thompson versus Smith, Shapiro versus Thompson.
[07:55.000 --> 08:02.000]  There's, what is it, Shettlesworth versus Alabama. The list goes on and on and on and on.
[08:02.000 --> 08:07.000]  And it all says the same thing, everywhere. It didn't matter.
[08:07.000 --> 08:19.000]  Her work was prepackaged. All the troopers have to do is just read their account, what they experience, articulate it in illegal terms, what they did.
[08:19.000 --> 08:27.000]  I object anytime the time to use the words vehicle, operator, transportation, anything to do with that.
[08:27.000 --> 08:36.000]  Motor vehicle, you know, any of those words driver, any of those words that they use, I immediately object. Objection, your honor.
[08:36.000 --> 08:43.000]  The facts are not in evidence and requires a legal conclusion. She overrules me. Nothing I can do.
[08:43.000 --> 08:47.000]  Okay. Oh yeah, there's lots you can do. This is just a trial court.
[08:47.000 --> 08:55.000]  Same like it. Same thing. I mean, she never acknowledged that she received any of my previous filings that I've been filing for months.

[09:17.000 --> 09:28.000]  Did the judge fail to perform a duty? The judge was required to perform it in the process to deny you uniform free access to or never write.
[09:28.000 --> 09:33.000]  No, she allowed me to say whatever I wanted to say in my testimonies and all that. She took them in.
[09:33.000 --> 09:37.000]  You said you filed motions and the judge didn't rule on them.
[09:37.000 --> 09:41.000]  No, no, no, she didn't even recognize they even had them there. They didn't even have them in court.
[09:41.000 --> 09:46.000]  That's criminal the way I read the codes. And that's criminal in every state.
[09:46.000 --> 09:50.000]  You have a right to petition the court for redress of grievance.
[09:50.000 --> 09:57.000]  By failing to hear your motions, the judge denied you and your right to petition the court for redress of grievance.
[09:57.000 --> 10:02.000]  That's official oppression or official misconduct in every state.
[10:02.000 --> 10:09.000]  Because it mimics 18 U.S. Code 242.
[10:09.000 --> 10:10.000]  Right.
[10:10.000 --> 10:13.000]  Have you filed criminally against the judge yet?
[10:13.000 --> 10:16.000]  Well, where do I go to do that? Nobody will take my code.

[10:38.000 --> 10:44.000]  Then when they don't do it, now you get to go after them and nail them.
[10:44.000 --> 10:51.000]  And as you walk up the ladder, they get more and more uncomfortable and upset.
[10:51.000 --> 10:54.000]  Now these chump judge on the bottom.
[10:54.000 --> 11:01.000]  For the most part, their municipal judges are appointed. They're not responsive to the public.
[11:01.000 --> 11:07.000]  But when you get to the county court and from the county court to the district court,
[11:07.000 --> 11:17.000]  each step up the ladder puts them in a position to where they have more people below them that wants their position.
[11:17.000 --> 11:23.000]  So they get more sensitive to politics.
[11:23.000 --> 11:28.000]  If you start filing criminal charges against the district judge,
[11:28.000 --> 11:31.000]  he's not too terribly afraid of you.
[11:31.000 --> 11:35.000]  What he's concerned about is the next time he runs for office,
[11:35.000 --> 11:40.000]  you're going to take those criminal charges and give them to his political opponent.
[11:40.000 --> 11:43.000]  And then every time the judge appears at a speaking engagement,
[11:43.000 --> 11:49.000]  he's going to have to answer these questions about these criminal complaints.
[11:49.000 --> 11:51.000]  That's what they're worried about.
[11:51.000 --> 11:59.000]  So you just start walking up the chain and you got this judge sitting down here at the bottom.
[11:59.000 --> 12:02.000]  You're trying to get him arrested.
[12:02.000 --> 12:04.000]  And when you go to the prosecutor and file your complaints,
[12:04.000 --> 12:11.000]  the prosecutor is going to have an investigator call the judge and ask the judge why he's trying to get you arrested.
[12:11.000 --> 12:17.000]  Then when the prosecutor refuses to act and you go to the district judge against the prosecutor,
[12:17.000 --> 12:19.000]  the district judge is going to call the prosecutors on.
[12:19.000 --> 12:22.000]  So what's going on here? Why is this guy trying to get me arrested?
[12:22.000 --> 12:25.000]  Now the prosecutor has got to explain himself.
[12:25.000 --> 12:29.000]  Then when the district judge doesn't act, you go to the state attorney general.
[12:29.000 --> 12:34.000]  And the district judge is going to get a call from the state attorney general.
[12:34.000 --> 12:39.000]  Do you think they all have everybody in their back pockets?
[12:39.000 --> 12:43.000]  Or is there a bunch of politics floating around?

[15:04.000 --> 15:10.000]  Not necessarily for the state of Oregon, but it goes to the United States National Bank. What is that?

[15:13.000 --> 15:18.000]  They're taking the money and they're laundering it, Randy. They're taking my fees that I've paid to the court.

[15:52.000 --> 15:57.000]  Well, I'm trying to follow. The money is what I'm doing, Randy. I'm trying to follow where all our money goes.

[16:01.000 --> 16:07.000]  It goes to the people who are writing all these statutory codes and putting them on us.

[16:14.000 --> 16:20.000]  It doesn't affect the adjudication of the case as far as that concerned, but what they're doing is they collect money from us.

[16:25.000 --> 16:33.000]  There's some good arguments to be brought here, truth, but those are not the good ones.
[16:33.000 --> 16:44.000]  The judge has a duty to determine the facts in accordance with the rules of evidence that apply the laws that comes to him to the facts in the case he fails to do so.
[16:44.000 --> 16:53.000]  And in the process, denies you in the form of free access to or enjoyment of a right. That's not a so-what. That's an official oppression.

[21:21.000 --> 21:32.000]  It says, the 18 USC Title 42 lawsuits have an abysmal record of success for the people.

[21:34.000 --> 21:48.000]  I get to that level to start suing for malicious prosecution and judicial misconduct and suppression of documents and evidence and oppression of my rights in a civil suit,
[21:48.000 --> 21:55.000]  them acting out in a color of law as you were stating 18 USC 241-242.
[21:55.000 --> 21:57.000]  They don't do anything about it.
[21:57.000 --> 21:59.000]  They say that they throw those.

[23:36.000 --> 23:39.000]  Consistently the same.
[23:39.000 --> 23:42.000]  Good question.
[23:42.000 --> 23:49.000]  Because the system is manned by human beings.
[23:49.000 --> 23:56.000]  If God created man, he created us horribly flawed.
[23:56.000 --> 24:02.000]  And he created us horribly flawed in very consistent ways.
[24:02.000 --> 24:07.000]  Now, from the colossal networking system level, that's for sure.
[24:07.000 --> 24:15.000]  Everyone in the system is, for the most part, excuse me.
[24:15.000 --> 24:21.000]  For the most part, everybody does what they believe is right.
[24:21.000 --> 24:25.000]  But they do so from their own personal perspective.
[24:25.000 --> 24:31.000]  And you get public officials, they get in office and they get trained to do things the way things are done.
[24:31.000 --> 24:39.000]  And they tend to accept that the way they're trained to do things is the way things should be done.
[24:39.000 --> 24:52.000]  I went to someone who was a friend of mine, Baptist preacher, ex-captain on the sheriff's department, Justice of the Peace.
[24:52.000 --> 24:57.000]  I sat down in front of him and walked him right through the code.
[24:57.000 --> 25:07.000]  It demonstrated how everything he was doing in the Justice of the Peace Court was not only wrong.
[25:07.000 --> 25:12.000]  It was very specifically against particular law and he said to me,
[25:12.000 --> 25:19.000]  Mr. Calhson, are you telling me that everything I've been doing for the last 20 years
[25:19.000 --> 25:26.000]  and everything everybody else in Texas has been doing for the last 20 years is wrong and you're right?
[25:26.000 --> 25:31.000]  I said, Mark, don't ask me. I didn't write the code.
[25:31.000 --> 25:36.000]  I just read it. Here it is. Read the code for yourself. See what it says.
[25:36.000 --> 25:47.000]  He could not wrap his head around the fact that what he had been doing for 20 years, what he had been trained to do was against law,
[25:47.000 --> 25:56.000]  even though it's right there in front of him. And this was a guy who really wanted to do things right.
[25:56.000 --> 26:07.000]  He was sincere enough that I got into court and a prosecuting attorney and a municipal court case just acted absolutely ignorant.
[26:07.000 --> 26:18.000]  And I worked him over in court and when I was finished, Mark was so humiliated that he resigned the next day.
[26:18.000 --> 26:27.000]  So he had scruples. He had honor. But he couldn't wrap his head around the fact that the way he had been trained to do things was wrong.
[26:27.000 --> 26:33.000]  You're asking this judge to say, everything I've been doing has been wrong.
[26:33.000 --> 26:43.000]  I have mistreated every person that's came in front of me. Human beings are not good at doing that.
[26:43.000 --> 26:49.000]  So we have to find a way to bring them up to it.
[26:49.000 --> 26:53.000]  And these are some of the tools that we've been trying to develop.
[26:53.000 --> 26:59.000]  The best way to get this judge's attention that what he's doing is wrong.
[26:59.000 --> 27:04.000]  First thing is you ask for findings of facts and conclusions at law.
[27:04.000 --> 27:16.000]  And then you file judicial conduct complaints against him, criminal complaints against him. And then when the people who are supposed to take the criminal complaints don't act on them, you file against them.
[27:16.000 --> 27:26.000]  And when the ones you file with don't act, you file against them and just make an absolute nuisance of yourself.
[27:26.000 --> 27:38.000]  You create all sorts of political cannon fodder that these guys' next opponents in their next election can use against them.
[27:38.000 --> 27:44.000]  And you get everybody mad at this judge down at the bottom. This is how we change it.
[27:44.000 --> 27:52.000]  And I don't know if there's an overriding conspiracy. I don't think there is.
[27:52.000 --> 28:05.000]  I know a number of police and I don't know a single policeman who became a policeman to be a Jack booted thug.
[28:05.000 --> 28:12.000]  They got into business because they want to be the good guys. They get in this business and find it's a horrible mess.
[28:12.000 --> 28:24.000]  I set up a judge. I tell the story about the hearing aid trick. I pulled on a judge and the bailiffs, I met them at a political rally.
[28:24.000 --> 28:29.000]  They were running security. And the bailiff who was there told all the rest of them about it.
[28:29.000 --> 28:34.000]  And he asked me if I'd come with him. He had some guys he wanted me to meet. He introduced me to all these bailiffs.
[28:34.000 --> 28:45.000]  And these bailiffs were so furious that these judges almost couldn't believe it. They hated these judges.
[28:45.000 --> 28:55.000]  Now, they had to get in there and do what the judge said, but they hated them because they were no good arrogant SOBs.
[28:55.000 --> 29:01.000]  They stood there in the courtroom and watched these judges screw one person after another and they hated it.
[29:01.000 --> 29:05.000]  But they were trapped inside a system they couldn't change.
[29:05.000 --> 29:12.000]  So my whole purpose here is to find a way to force the system to change.
[29:12.000 --> 29:26.000]  Now, while I don't blame these bailiffs for the situation the way it is, I don't mind kicking them right square in their professional pants in order to get it trained.
[29:26.000 --> 29:36.000]  Kind of like my grandkids. I love them dearly. But if one of them runs out in the road, I'm fiction to tan his hide.
[29:36.000 --> 29:41.000]  So if I have to tan the hide of a few public officials, that'll work.
[29:41.000 --> 29:48.000]  The fact that I have a great time doing it, objection and relevance.

[36:19.880 --> 36:27.680]  But when they do that to me and I'm just standing there grinning at them, they're wondering,

[36:32.880 --> 36:40.560]  They say, yeah, you're doing exactly what I want you to do, because sometimes depending
[36:40.560 --> 36:45.360]  on how the judge conducts himself, I'd be glad to demonstrate to him right there in
[36:45.360 --> 36:46.360]  the courtroom.
[36:46.360 --> 36:48.760]  Mr. Bayliff, did you hear that?

[37:15.640 --> 37:20.320]  Every time the judge said, well, what the judge did is while I'm arguing with the bailiff,
[37:20.320 --> 37:26.560]  the judge never said a word to me, he jumped up and said, clear the jury, clear the jury.
[37:26.560 --> 37:32.880]  And while the jury's filing out, I'm arguing with the bailiff about arresting the judge.
[37:32.880 --> 37:36.560]  And finally, the judge said to me, Mr. Colton, you can't do that.
[37:36.560 --> 37:42.200]  Yes, your honor, I can do that, and you are not to interfere with me in the process.
[37:42.200 --> 37:46.360]  Well, we're going to proceed with this case.
[37:46.360 --> 37:51.200]  Okay, that'll work.
[37:51.200 --> 38:01.000]  If they can't fluster you, and when I talk about how to do these things, I have this
[38:01.000 --> 38:09.360]  set of rules, and the primary purpose of those rules is to keep them from knocking you off
[38:09.360 --> 38:16.000]  your game, keeping you from getting flustered.
[38:16.000 --> 38:23.480]  When you don't get flustered at the shenanigans they're pulling, then they get flustered.
[38:23.480 --> 38:27.360]  This is not working the way it's supposed to.
[38:27.360 --> 38:34.160]  I mean, you sure put the judge off his game when you asked the bailiff to arrest him.
[38:34.160 --> 38:37.440]  I did that to a district judge in Montgomery County.
[38:37.440 --> 38:42.280]  He was supposed to be the meanest judge in the district.
[38:42.280 --> 38:48.440]  When I told the bailiff to arrest him, the judge sat there and kept his mouth shut.
[38:48.440 --> 38:52.640]  One word out of him, witness tampering, obstruction.
[38:52.640 --> 38:59.480]  He knew it, and he knew I knew it, so he sat there and kept his mouth shut.
[38:59.480 --> 39:00.480]  Set him up.
[39:00.480 --> 39:04.000]  Never ask him to do anything you actually want him to do, because you never ask him
[39:04.000 --> 39:08.200]  to do anything that the law does not compel them to do.
[39:08.200 --> 39:18.000]  One thing you might try is get a few copies of bar grievances, judicial conduct complaints,
[39:18.000 --> 39:21.320]  and professional conduct complaints against the police officers.
[39:21.320 --> 39:23.440]  Take blank ones.
[39:23.440 --> 39:28.320]  As you're going through the case, if the prosecutor says something you don't like, you take one
[39:28.320 --> 39:32.080]  of these out and start filling it out.
[39:32.080 --> 39:35.960]  Judge says something you don't like, you start filling out one for him.
[39:35.960 --> 39:42.840]  Don't say a word about it, they ask you anything, you're taking notes.
[39:42.840 --> 39:49.360]  But expect them to rule against you, set them up to rule against you, so that you can hammer
[39:49.360 --> 39:51.840]  them when they do.
[39:51.840 --> 40:00.600]  That judge has just got one shot in that courtroom, and once he's done, now it's your turn, and
[40:00.600 --> 40:08.640]  you get to go after him for a long time, and you get to get everybody in the jurisdiction
[40:08.640 --> 40:15.080]  upset at this judge, forgetting them after you.
[40:15.080 --> 40:17.480]  This works.
[40:17.480 --> 40:23.240]  The last ticket I got, the cop didn't know who I was.
[40:23.240 --> 40:30.400]  He went back to write the ticket, I dialed 911, and it went downhill for the cop after

[40:31.400 --> 40:39.520]  He was so flustered, he sent it to the wrong J.P., and I can't get the J.P. to bring it
[40:39.520 --> 40:42.480]  on for hearing.
[40:42.480 --> 40:46.680]  I haven't been given a notice to appear or nothing.
[40:46.680 --> 40:58.040]  Come on guys, I'm missing out on all the fun here, we're just about to get started.
[40:58.040 --> 41:03.040]  Against the documents I filed, there was a first degree felony aggravated assault charge
[41:03.040 --> 41:06.040]  against the police officer.
[41:06.040 --> 41:11.960]  The T closed complaint against the police officer, and that was just to get started.
[41:11.960 --> 41:18.360]  This J.P. about a week earlier, I was writing criminal charges against him in the Sheriff's
[41:18.360 --> 41:19.360]  Department.
[41:19.360 --> 41:28.440]  I just gave him to see some records, and he said that I'd have to write a written request.
[41:28.440 --> 41:37.120]  I told the clerk, the clerk was telling me this, I said, she went back and said the judge
[41:37.120 --> 41:40.080]  said you'll have to give him a written request.
[41:40.080 --> 41:46.760]  I said, go tell the judge not to go anywhere, somebody's going to want to talk to him.
[41:46.760 --> 41:52.160]  The Sheriff's Office had a window in the same, one window went to the J.P., the other
[41:52.160 --> 41:56.200]  window went to the Sheriff's Office, so I went to the Sheriff's Office and asked for
[41:56.200 --> 41:58.640]  a deputy to arrest the J.P.
[41:58.640 --> 42:05.440]  Well, I'm writing out the criminal complaint against the J.P., and he came out and told
[42:05.440 --> 42:10.480]  me that, well, Mr. Kelton, you can get these records online.
[42:10.480 --> 42:11.480]  I what?
[42:11.480 --> 42:15.280]  Oh yeah, these are all online.
[42:15.280 --> 42:19.240]  Oh man, now you've ruined everything.
[42:19.240 --> 42:22.200]  And the judge said what?
[42:22.200 --> 42:28.200]  Well, I can't charge you criminally with denying me access to these records if you got them
[42:28.200 --> 42:29.200]  online.
[42:29.200 --> 42:33.960]  And the sergeant said, well, Mr. Kelton, you can file the complaint if you want to.
[42:33.960 --> 42:36.280]  I said, no, I can't.
[42:36.280 --> 42:40.400]  I can't accuse him of doing something that he's not doing.
[42:40.400 --> 42:47.080]  Oh, it was great fun.
[42:47.080 --> 42:53.800]  So then this Sheriff's Deputy gives this same judge that said a criminal complaint, a ticket
[42:53.800 --> 43:03.120]  against me, and I come down there and drop off a half a ream of documentation to it.
[43:03.120 --> 43:04.440]  And now he won't say it for hearing.
[43:04.440 --> 43:09.200]  I never got a notice to appear at all.
[43:09.200 --> 43:12.800]  So use them.
[43:12.800 --> 43:15.840]  You know they're going to rule against you.
[43:15.840 --> 43:16.840]  Make it to your advantage.
[43:16.840 --> 43:23.840]  And you already have, you filed this documentation, the judge refused to even hear a pleading?

[43:24.840 --> 43:31.520]  Well, another that refused, she said, ignorant, didn't even mention.
[43:31.520 --> 43:35.680]  Oh, that's denying you access to the court.

[47:55.160 --> 47:59.160]  These were eviction hearings, and David, a friend of mine, had one in front of me.
[47:59.160 --> 48:04.160]  He goes up and sits down at the table, and I walked up to the bar and stood there.
[48:04.160 --> 48:07.160]  Finally, the judge looked up and said, can I help you?
[48:07.160 --> 48:14.160]  I said, yes, your honor, my name is Randy Kelton, and I have a hearing deficiency.
[48:14.160 --> 48:17.160]  He said, well, Mr. Kelton, just what's wrong with your hearing?
[48:17.160 --> 48:25.160]  Oh, Georgia, I was down in Mexico the other day, and I drank too much of that cheap tequila, and I lost my hearing aid.
[48:25.160 --> 48:30.160]  I lied to him and had it in my pocket.
[48:30.160 --> 48:32.160]  Well, Mr. Kelton, why are you telling me this?
[48:32.160 --> 48:35.160]  I said, do you have a combination for the hearing impaired?

[49:46.160 --> 49:48.160]  Well, why would I arrest a judge?
[49:48.160 --> 49:51.160]  Class A, misdemeanor, official oppression, criminal violation,
[49:51.160 --> 49:54.160]  3903 penal code, in that he failed to perform a duty.
[49:54.160 --> 49:56.160]  He is required to perform it in the process,
[49:56.160 --> 50:01.160]  denied me in the full and free access to or enjoyment of a right.
[50:01.160 --> 50:04.160]  Well, Mr. Kelton, what right did he deny you in?
[50:04.160 --> 50:09.160]  He denied me in accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

[50:46.160 --> 50:50.160]  I said, Mr. Bailiff, I need you to take your chicken suit off.
[50:50.160 --> 50:54.160]  I'm not going to take my chicken suit off.
[50:54.160 --> 50:58.160]  I was at a political rally two days later,
[50:58.160 --> 51:01.160]  and this bailiff was there running security.
[51:01.160 --> 51:05.160]  I didn't recognize him at first, but he recognized me.
[51:05.160 --> 51:08.160]  And he found me in the pavilion and he said,
[51:08.160 --> 51:11.160]  I've got some folks I'd like you to meet.
[51:11.160 --> 51:15.160]  Takes me in this room and all security's in there and they're all bailiffs.
[51:15.160 --> 51:20.160]  And they ran over, oh, you're the guy, you're the one that set up haze.
[51:20.160 --> 51:24.160]  They were furious at these judges.
[51:24.160 --> 51:29.160]  The guys we thought were the bad guys weren't.
[51:29.160 --> 51:33.160]  They were stuck in a position they didn't create.
[51:33.160 --> 51:34.160]  And they were thrilled.
[51:34.160 --> 51:37.160]  They hated these judges.
[51:37.160 --> 51:44.160]  But once you kind of get that down, it is so much fun.
[51:44.160 --> 51:49.160]  It doesn't take them long to realize you're setting them up.
[51:49.160 --> 51:53.160]  And they're so arrogant they can't help themselves.
[51:53.160 --> 52:02.160]  They would rather have you come after them than risk losing face in front of their buddies.

[52:05.160 --> 52:09.160]  That's why I say never ask them to do anything you actually want them to.

[53:17.160 --> 53:24.160]  Well, Craig, his brother said that the officer told him you were agitated.
[53:24.160 --> 53:31.160]  I said, Kim, ask Craig to ask that officer if I got agitated
[53:31.160 --> 53:37.160]  before I told him to take his chicken suit off or after.
[53:37.160 --> 53:40.160]  He said, you told him that?
[53:40.160 --> 53:49.160]  I said, I always tell him that because I'm always thinking what's going to play well in front of a grand jury.

[55:33.160 --> 55:40.160]  That's because they probably call those infractions and in Oregon.

[55:48.160 --> 55:51.160]  Criminal procedures are separate from traffic issues.
[55:51.160 --> 56:00.160]  Traffic violations are what they categorize here with the judge articulates to me are separate in nature.

[56:01.160 --> 56:06.160]  Yeah, they are separate because it's a professional condo code.
[56:06.160 --> 56:13.160]  Well, they say that there's no prosecutor that is required to be in a traffic case.
[56:13.160 --> 56:18.160]  There's no injured party, no jury, no witnesses.
[56:18.160 --> 56:26.160]  Just looking at the preponderance of the evidence in the elements at hand is what they articulate to me.
[56:26.160 --> 56:29.160]  It's what they go by.
[56:29.160 --> 56:34.160]  So all we have there is, you know, and not only that in this county court.
[56:34.160 --> 56:35.160]  Now, the city court is different.
[56:35.160 --> 56:41.160]  The city court, they do have audio recordings so you can get a transcript, an audio transcript if you order it.
[56:41.160 --> 56:47.160]  But in the county court, they don't even record the trials, neither audio nor video.

[01:02:09.160 --> 01:02:24.160]  The Holcomb family who lost eight members including a woman who was pregnant in the mass church shooting in First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, has filed a wrongful death claim against the U.S. military claiming that the Air Force's negligence led to the gunman being able to acquire his weapons.
[01:02:24.160 --> 01:02:37.160]  The Air Force did admit that findings by Inspector General confirmed that proper personnel at home in Air Force Base did not report lawfully required information to civilian law enforcement in regards to the perpetrator's domestic violence case.

[01:03:56.160 --> 01:04:07.160]  And when they figure out that we have the next step set up, it always makes them nervous and changes their behavior.
[01:04:07.160 --> 01:04:16.160]  And that's our whole, at least by whole purpose, is to get them to do things like they should be doing.

[01:04:35.160 --> 01:04:45.160]  So, you know, at these trials, then of course it's like that there's no jury, there's no victim, there's no prosecutor present in the courtroom.
[01:04:45.160 --> 01:04:48.160]  Okay, sometimes there isn't even a bailout, sometimes.
[01:04:48.160 --> 01:04:57.160]  Just the officers, the judge, and the county clerk, or the city clerk, for example, for the city of Milwaukee, the town I live in.
[01:04:57.160 --> 01:05:06.160]  Okay, that's what's going on for that. They have, in the county court, they have a bailiff and the judge and then the officers and nobody else in the courtroom.
[01:05:06.160 --> 01:05:11.160]  Okay, and they all have to do is prove 51% of the preponderance of the evidence and the elements.
[01:05:11.160 --> 01:05:26.160]  Whatever the code book says, okay, whatever the officer gives is articulation of what the facts were, what they saw, and they present a DMV record that I had that had record of driver's license and the DMV that chose to suspend my license.
[01:05:26.160 --> 01:05:38.160]  Even though I don't even have a driver's license, I haven't even applied for driver's license since November 2011. I don't have one now. They retroactively go back and charge me for having suspended license.

[01:05:46.160 --> 01:05:52.160]  You're upset. You're angry. I got that.

[01:07:02.160 --> 01:07:21.160]  And then when the next one takes it, you file against him. Figure out who the licensing agency is for peace officers in Oregon. And Texas is T-close. Texas is the Law Commission on Law Enforcement.

[01:07:26.160 --> 01:07:35.160]  You file a complaint with them. They're not going to do anything, but their insurance company is.
[01:07:35.160 --> 01:07:44.160]  They get enough of these complaints, the bond rating goes up for the whole department they work for, and the department will fire them.

[01:07:49.160 --> 01:08:01.160]  I go into court. My primary purpose is to find a reason to file bar grievances, judicial conduct complaints, professional conduct complaints, and criminal complaints.
[01:08:01.160 --> 01:08:11.160]  So come on, guys, give me a crack at you. Do something I don't like and I'm going to sting you and have fun doing it.

[01:09:02.160 --> 01:09:15.160]  Look, you're in Texas, I'm asking them to prove up authority and when they can't prove up.
[01:09:15.160 --> 01:09:27.160]  And when I appeared, you know, don't you think that the attorney that's requesting the dismissal hearing would be there, would show up to that date and show up at that time?

[01:09:29.160 --> 01:09:38.160]  So about an hour later, after the three other cases were heard, there were other civil cases that were going on, I got to go up there and present my pleading.
[01:09:38.160 --> 01:09:44.160]  My pleading for the motion to compel and move forward in the civil case against the officer.
[01:09:44.160 --> 01:09:47.160]  His attorney was not present. He was absent.
[01:09:47.160 --> 01:09:55.160]  They go and call him on the telephone and remind him that, hey, there's the motion to dismiss here.
[01:09:55.160 --> 01:10:09.160]  And he said, oh, well, I didn't know of the date being this morning and at this date and time.

[01:11:42.160 --> 01:11:54.160]  During his speech at a R Street Institute event, Pai stated that, quote, when it comes to a free and open Internet, Twitter is part of the problem and that the company has a viewpoint that it uses that viewpoint to discriminate.
[01:11:54.160 --> 01:12:09.160]  Other sentiments were stated towards the many online giants who support net neutrality, stating that, quote, they may cloak their advocacy and public interest, but the real interest of these Internet giants is in using the regulatory process to cement their dominance in the Internet economy.
[01:12:09.160 --> 01:12:18.160]  Only intensive research and an evaluation of incentives will reveal whether net neutrality is a crony takeover or not.
[01:12:18.160 --> 01:12:33.160]  The Holcomb family, who lost eight members, including a woman who was pregnant in the mass church shooting in First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas, has filed a wrongful death claim against the U.S. military, claiming that the Air Force's negligence led to the gunman being able to acquire his weapons.
[01:12:33.160 --> 01:12:46.160]  The Air Force did admit that findings by Inspector General confirmed that proper personnel at home in Air Force Base did not report lawfully required information to civilian law enforcement in regards to the perpetrator's domestic violence case,

[01:27:02.160 --> 01:27:05.160]  And they're still not allowed to solicit directly

[01:27:07.160 --> 01:27:18.160]  In this case, we had a lawyer advise his client or her client to take an action that was certain to lead to litigation
[01:27:18.160 --> 01:27:25.160]  That the lawyer would then be engaged to represent
[01:27:25.160 --> 01:27:28.160]  And we called that baritry
[01:27:28.160 --> 01:27:33.160]  And in their answer, they didn't even address baritry
[01:27:33.160 --> 01:27:38.160]  They didn't address the constitutional claim we brought

[01:27:42.160 --> 01:27:58.160]  That the enforcement of a municipal ordinance against a person not contractually engaged with the city
[01:27:58.160 --> 01:28:04.160]  Was an unconstitutional application of the ordinance
[01:28:04.160 --> 01:28:10.160]  Because the legislature was authorized by the Constitution to write law
[01:28:10.160 --> 01:28:15.160]  Nobody else was authorized by the Constitution to write law
[01:28:15.160 --> 01:28:20.160]  The legislature was authorized to create certain courts
[01:28:20.160 --> 01:28:27.160]  And the legislature authorized municipal corporations to write city ordinances
[01:28:27.160 --> 01:28:31.160]  You notice they do not call them laws
[01:28:31.160 --> 01:28:34.160]  They call them ordinances
[01:28:34.160 --> 01:28:43.160]  And that's because the only entity in the state of Texas who can write law is the legislature
[01:28:43.160 --> 01:28:50.160]  And there is no provision in the Constitution for the legislature to delegate that authority
[01:28:50.160 --> 01:28:56.160]  So the municipality is a municipal corporation
[01:28:56.160 --> 01:29:04.160]  And the ordinances have to be construed as rules or covenants of the corporation
[01:29:04.160 --> 01:29:08.160]  And only apply to the corporation employees
[01:29:08.160 --> 01:29:20.160]  Or people contractually engaged with the corporation in a manner where they agree to abide by the ordinances
[01:29:20.160 --> 01:29:28.160]  That's our argument that the legislature can't delegate the authority to write law

[01:29:32.160 --> 01:29:36.160]  In their answer they didn't even address it, they didn't oppose it
