[00:00.000 --> 00:05.000] The following news flashes brought to you by The Low and Starve Lowdown
[00:05.000 --> 00:08.000] Providing the jelly bulletins for the commodities market
[00:08.000 --> 00:16.000] Today in history, news updates and the inside scoop into the tides of the alternative
[00:21.000 --> 00:23.000] Markets for Wednesday, the 8th of November
[00:23.000 --> 00:27.000] Closed with the gold at $1,281.48 an ounce
[00:27.000 --> 00:29.000]  Silver, $17.04 an ounce
[00:29.000 --> 00:32.000]  Texas Crude, $57.20 a barrel
[00:32.000 --> 00:39.000] Bitcoin is way up at $7,377 and Dashcoin is at $310 US Fiat
[00:44.000 --> 00:47.000]  Today in history, the year 1957
[00:47.000 --> 00:51.000]  Operation Grapple X around C1
[00:51.000 --> 00:54.000] The United Kingdom conducts its first successful hydrogen bomb test
[00:54.000 --> 00:56.000] over Cretamati in the Pacific
[00:56.000 --> 01:05.000] In recent news, a list of the 26 murdered victims of the church massacre
[01:05.000 --> 01:09.000] at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas was released today
[01:09.000 --> 01:13.000] Their ages range from the unborn child of Crystal Marie Holcomb
[01:13.000 --> 01:16.000]  who was pregnant and a 77-year-old elder
[01:16.000 --> 01:19.000] The heartless senseless atrocity was committed by a 26-year-old male
[01:19.000 --> 01:21.000] who killed himself at the end of the massacre
[01:21.000 --> 01:24.000] Law enforcement is stating that the killer was having a relational issue
[01:24.000 --> 01:26.000] with his mother-in-law who attended the church
[01:26.000 --> 01:28.000] but was not there during the event
[01:28.000 --> 01:30.000]  The FBI has the assailant's phone
[01:30.000 --> 01:32.000] which was taken to their facility in Virginia
[01:32.000 --> 01:34.000] but apparently have been unable to unlock it
[01:34.000 --> 01:37.000] with the potentiality of it taking months to unlock
[01:37.000 --> 01:40.000] It appears that the killer had been court-martialed by the Air Force
[01:40.000 --> 01:42.000] and charged with abusing his wife and stepson
[01:42.000 --> 01:44.000] pleading guilty to both counts
[01:44.000 --> 01:47.000] charges that apparently the Air Force failed to follow policies
[01:47.000 --> 01:50.000] with filing to alert federal law enforcement about his convictions
[01:50.000 --> 01:53.000] which apparently would have kept the killer from being able to legally
[01:53.000 --> 01:56.000] buy firearms and passing background checks
[01:56.000 --> 01:58.000] and apparently even while still in service
[01:58.000 --> 02:00.000] he escaped from a mental health facility
[02:00.000 --> 02:02.000] after getting caught sneaking guns onto the base
[02:02.000 --> 02:06.000] and attempting to carry out death threats against military superiors
[02:06.000 --> 02:08.000]  according to a police report
[02:12.000 --> 02:15.000] Kentucky Senator Rand Paul released an update on his medical condition
[02:15.000 --> 02:17.000]  via Twitter today
[02:17.000 --> 02:19.000] I appreciate all of the support from everyone
[02:19.000 --> 02:22.000] Medical update, final report, incidents, six broken ribs
[02:22.000 --> 02:25.000]  and a new x-ray shows a plural effusion
[02:25.000 --> 02:28.000] Apparently a dispute between Paul and the aggressor
[02:28.000 --> 02:31.000] a Democrat allegedly arose over yard work and not politics
[02:31.000 --> 02:34.000] The aggressor's attorney, Matthew Baker, stated that
[02:34.000 --> 02:37.000] quote, the unfortunate occurrence of November 3rd
[02:37.000 --> 02:41.000] has absolutely nothing to do with either politics or political agendas
[02:41.000 --> 02:44.000] It was a very regrettable dispute between two neighbors
[02:44.000 --> 02:47.000] over a matter that most people would regard as trivial
[02:47.000 --> 02:49.000] We sincerely hope that Senator Paul is doing well
[02:49.000 --> 02:52.000] and that these two gentlemen can get back to being neighbors
[02:52.000 --> 02:54.000]  as quickly as possible
[02:54.000 --> 03:23.000] This was Rick Brody with your lowdown for November 8th, 2017
[03:23.000 --> 03:25.000] I'm sick of people being victimized by criminal cops
[03:25.000 --> 03:28.000] Psychopathic predators, here arrives a neighborhood block
[03:28.000 --> 03:31.000] They're equipped with pepper spray, mate, cups, cases and blocks
[03:31.000 --> 03:33.000] They like serial killers acting out subliminal thoughts
[03:33.000 --> 03:36.000] Forget what you talk, these cops have got a license to kill
[03:36.000 --> 03:38.000] Witness intimidation means that they can use it at will
[03:38.000 --> 03:41.000] Code of silence means that the pigs will never let out a will
[03:41.000 --> 03:43.000] And if they go to court, they know the judge will make them a deal
[03:43.000 --> 03:45.000]  For real, that's why they're stopping me
[03:45.000 --> 03:48.000] Locking me up and stopping me, complicating my poverty
[03:48.000 --> 03:50.000] Vlogging in my demography, making the poor commodity
[03:50.000 --> 03:53.000] Profiting off of poverty, important apologies
[03:53.000 --> 03:56.000] Supporting prison economy, yeah, no one makes money
[03:56.000 --> 03:58.000]  Alright folks, good evening
[03:58.000 --> 04:00.000] This is the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show
[04:00.000 --> 04:02.000] With your host Eddie Craig
[04:02.000 --> 04:05.000]  It is November 20th, 2017
[04:05.000 --> 04:08.000] Coming up on yet another turkey day
[04:08.000 --> 04:12.000] For those of you that are celebrating such things
[04:12.000 --> 04:16.000] And spending time with friends and family over a hot meal
[04:16.000 --> 04:21.000] It has been another week for me of trying to monitor
[04:21.000 --> 04:26.000]  Everyone else's issues
[04:26.000 --> 04:31.000] And general discussions dealing with what people dislike
[04:31.000 --> 04:34.000]  What's going on and those that don't have a problem
[04:34.000 --> 04:36.000] Of what's going on and those that don't understand the difference
[04:36.000 --> 04:39.000]  Between either anything that's what's going on
[04:39.000 --> 04:45.000] It astounds me how there can be so many people
[04:45.000 --> 04:48.000] Living in exactly the same place
[04:48.000 --> 04:54.000] That have such a wide, diverse range
[04:54.000 --> 05:00.000] Of thoughts and feelings about the current state of America
[05:00.000 --> 05:05.000] I know that there is the state of what we've always dreamed of it being
[05:05.000 --> 05:08.000] I know that there is the state of reality for a lot of us
[05:08.000 --> 05:12.000] About what it actually has become
[05:12.000 --> 05:18.000] And I know the reality of us wanting to see those two come back together
[05:18.000 --> 05:24.000] In a way that restores the former and removes the latter
[05:24.000 --> 05:27.000] And then there are those with their head just stuck in the sand
[05:27.000 --> 05:29.000]  Saying everything is fine
[05:29.000 --> 05:33.000] If I don't pay attention to it, it won't pay attention to me
[05:33.000 --> 05:39.000] And then there are those that are the apologist and the status
[05:39.000 --> 05:44.000] The lovers of everything government over common sense
[05:44.000 --> 05:47.000]  And individual rights
[05:47.000 --> 05:53.000] And it just astounds me how many people are in that latter category
[05:53.000 --> 05:58.000] After seeing everything they've seen their whole lives
[05:58.000 --> 06:00.000] Maybe they have had their head stuck in the sand
[06:00.000 --> 06:02.000] It would be the only explanation I can come up with
[06:02.000 --> 06:06.000] For why they would still hold the opinion they do
[06:06.000 --> 06:10.000]  Belief is a great thing, don't get me wrong
[06:10.000 --> 06:14.000] Believing something is a certain way and should be a certain way
[06:14.000 --> 06:17.000] And should be achieved that way
[06:17.000 --> 06:21.000]  That's all great, that's what made this country happen
[06:21.000 --> 06:29.000] But when that belief replaces reality
[06:29.000 --> 06:36.000] To such a degree that you will ignore the reality for the belief
[06:36.000 --> 06:45.000] And superimpose the concept that that belief itself is actually real in the way you see it
[06:45.000 --> 06:49.000]  Then you've got a problem
[06:49.000 --> 06:53.000] There was a time in this country who would call that a mental disorder
[06:53.000 --> 07:01.000] When you're willing to substitute what you think is real for what is real
[07:01.000 --> 07:09.000] And there's a lot of people in this country that are coming up with ideas that I just
[07:09.000 --> 07:12.000]  I have a hard time wrapping my mind around
[07:12.000 --> 07:15.000]  I don't identify as this, I don't identify as that
[07:15.000 --> 07:18.000]  I don't want to be this, I don't want to be that
[07:18.000 --> 07:24.000] While completely ignoring the facts of what is
[07:24.000 --> 07:29.000] And you know, no matter how you feel about it
[07:29.000 --> 07:34.000] The fact that you were born male or female or any of this other stuff that everybody's
[07:34.000 --> 07:37.000]  Cringing over these days
[07:37.000 --> 07:41.000] Is what it is, you were
[07:41.000 --> 07:47.000] Okay, you might want to call it something different but it doesn't change the reality of
[07:47.000 --> 07:51.000] What gender you were born and so on and so forth
[07:51.000 --> 07:56.000] Now again, I'm not saying that there aren't concepts of people thinking that
[07:56.000 --> 08:00.000] They're not right with the world because and that's alright, that's their choice
[08:00.000 --> 08:10.000] But when they take that thought process and apply it to some of the other things that are going on
[08:10.000 --> 08:14.000] Outside of their personal sphere as if it's reality
[08:14.000 --> 08:20.000] Such as government is good, such as government is here to help
[08:20.000 --> 08:24.000] Such as government is here for the benefit of the people
[08:24.000 --> 08:29.000]  They're not living in reality, they're just not
[08:29.000 --> 08:37.000] And all it takes is a visit to any government office to prove that reality false
[08:37.000 --> 08:44.000] Right now in Texas, there's a big uprising over property taxes and there should be
[08:44.000 --> 08:51.000] But at the same time, the cases are being decided by statist individuals who misquote
[08:51.000 --> 08:57.000] History to suit the outcome of the case as they desire it to end
[08:57.000 --> 09:04.000] We've got a judge that says the common law is what made it possible for the government to tax our property
[09:04.000 --> 09:12.000] That's baloney, common law says no such thing, it never has
[09:12.000 --> 09:20.000] The idea of taxing private property is entirely government invented
[09:20.000 --> 09:27.000] And brought about by a governmental subversion of individual rights
[09:27.000 --> 09:32.000] And the particular constitution at the state and federal level
[09:32.000 --> 09:37.000]  It's not the common law that's responsible for this, it's idiots
[09:37.000 --> 09:43.000] Who claim to know more than you about what you own and why you should be allowed to own it
[09:43.000 --> 09:50.000] And why you can't really own it because they can't steal from you if you really own it
[09:50.000 --> 09:56.000] So it's obvious that you can only rent it according to them
[09:56.000 --> 10:07.000] Because it belongs to them as government is how this judge's opinion is going to eventually settle
[10:07.000 --> 10:16.000] The government owns it anyway, therefore that's why we can tax it, that's what this will boil down to
[10:16.000 --> 10:26.000] As a creation of we the people, we know for a fact that cannot possibly be the case
[10:26.000 --> 10:30.000]  Just cannot be
[10:30.000 --> 10:36.000] As a concept of all men being created equal
[10:36.000 --> 10:47.000] I can't do as I said in previous shows, I can't do something to my neighbor that I never had a right to do myself in the first place
[10:47.000 --> 10:54.000] Now I can defend my property from my neighbor but I can't take my neighbor's property from him
[10:54.000 --> 11:02.000] And I can't give power to someone else to do either of those things for me outside of those rights
[11:02.000 --> 11:11.000] They can't protect my property by going and killing my neighbor in advance without him ever having done something to me or to my property
[11:11.000 --> 11:19.000] Sure that's protecting my property from a perceived potential future threat but it's not a realistic threat yet
[11:19.000 --> 11:23.000]  It's not an imminent threat yet
[11:23.000 --> 11:30.000] So I don't have any right to preempt that and I can't give that right to someone else
[11:30.000 --> 11:37.000] So this judge obviously can afford better dope than most
[11:37.000 --> 11:49.000] Because she's on a kind of high that nobody recovers from with any reasonable amount of time to come to that conclusion in such case
[11:49.000 --> 11:56.000] I've got people contacting me all the time about all kinds of issues in this regard
[11:56.000 --> 12:02.000] Folks, I'm here to tell you plain and simple, I am not an expert in every facet of the law
[12:02.000 --> 12:09.000] I'm not. Most of what I tell you is based upon what I have actually read in the statute
[12:09.000 --> 12:29.000] And what should be common sense to anyone that understands law's true purpose is to protect individual rights and provide a remedy and proper justice
[12:29.000 --> 12:31.000]  Or through proper justice
[12:31.000 --> 12:35.000]  That's what true law is
[12:35.000 --> 12:43.000] It does not take a Harvard education to understand that concept
[12:43.000 --> 12:55.000] But the lawyers have done their best to make sure it takes a Harvard education to understand how they've rigged it
[12:55.000 --> 13:00.000] And require it to be played
[13:00.000 --> 13:11.000] And that is to protect their income levels, their level of control over society
[13:11.000 --> 13:24.000] They want you to think that because you're not one of them that you could not possibly understand and comprehend the law as they want to apply it
[13:24.000 --> 13:34.000] Versus how they can or can't properly and lawfully apply it
[13:34.000 --> 13:45.000] I told this to someone in a discussion on Facebook and somebody else liked it so much that they reposted it as an individual quote
[13:45.000 --> 13:59.000] But it really does come down to the fact that the people are not dependent upon government to determine what laws are constitutional or proper or just downright we don't want
[13:59.000 --> 14:06.000] We don't need to let any part of government decide that for us
[14:06.000 --> 14:08.000]  We can do it
[14:08.000 --> 14:12.000] And we can do it from a jury box
[14:12.000 --> 14:28.000] We can do it by refusing to convict someone for a criminal law that shouldn't exist, that is unconstitutional, that is burdensome upon society more than the act itself ever was
[14:28.000 --> 14:37.000] And that is used for no other purpose than generating revenue for the state at the expense of the public
[14:37.000 --> 14:44.000] A jury can nullify that law by refusing to ever convict someone under it
[14:44.000 --> 14:51.000] Same thing applies to any case where they're trying to take your property for taxes or anything else
[14:51.000 --> 15:03.000] You sue them, you demand a jury trial for it, if the jury rules in your favor, the court has no power to overturn it
[15:03.000 --> 15:14.000] Why? The federal constitution says that no court can question or alter a jury verdict
[15:14.000 --> 15:25.000] Now, granted there are some actions a jury cannot take such as awarding punitive damages in a criminal case for instance
[15:25.000 --> 15:39.000] Because that is part of the civil side of collecting for the damages that were done to you, it's got nothing to do with the crime itself that someone is being put on trial for
[15:39.000 --> 15:52.000] So those are distinctly different things and those a judge can intercede in and knock down, but they can't change the outcome of the verdict
[15:52.000 --> 16:05.000] They can't declare an innocent man guilty in lieu of the jury and they can't find for the plaintiff if the jury found for the defense
[16:05.000 --> 16:09.000] Or vice versa for that matter
[16:09.000 --> 16:28.000] That folks is where our power to regain control and abolish these laws truly exists, at least up until the point where they get courageous enough to say jury trials are no longer going to be given to anyone for anything
[16:28.000 --> 16:35.000] And if you think that's far from coming, you haven't been watching a lot of these states that are already doing it
[16:35.000 --> 16:40.000] Hell, they're doing it right now in Texas with the red light camera citation
[16:40.000 --> 16:46.000] Okay, how long before the rest of the transportation code stuff follows suit?
[16:46.000 --> 16:53.000] See, there's a problem rising and no one seems to see it coming, even when the shadows blocked out the sun
[16:53.000 --> 17:00.000] Alright folks, we'll be right back after this break, 512-646-1984

[18:57.000 --> 19:00.000]  Test ends November 20th
[19:00.000 --> 19:28.000]  You are listening to the logosradionetwork.com
[19:30.000 --> 19:58.000]  You are listening to the logosradionetwork.com
[19:58.000 --> 20:11.000] All right folks, we are back. This is the Monday Night Rule of Law radio show with your host Eddie Craig
[20:11.000 --> 20:22.000] Now, before we start taking the callers real quick, tonight is the night that ends the Rule of Law radio and logosradionetwork fundraising event
[20:22.000 --> 20:32.000] If you are going to get into any of the drawings for any of the prizes that are being given out, by midnight tonight is the deadline
[20:32.000 --> 20:38.000] If you don't do it tonight, you don't get to participate in the drawing that's coming, okay?
[20:38.000 --> 20:55.000] So real simple, by midnight, if you wanted to get something from the network through a donation or whatever, purchase one of our material items or products or whatever, do so before midnight if you want to participate in the drawing
[20:55.000 --> 21:09.000] Okay, there won't be another one of these till Deborah does one next year. We still have not met the financial goal network, truly, of the network, the financial goal of the network this year
[21:09.000 --> 21:20.000] And that's getting hard to do. The less you give to us, the less we're able to bring to you on the back end, okay?
[21:20.000 --> 21:35.000] We don't draw salaries in this job. We don't get paid for the stuff that we do except through the donations that you provide to support us directly if you donate to us as individuals or to the network
[21:35.000 --> 21:44.000] Because we spend all of our time handling people's cases, some of them paid, some of them not paid, okay?
[21:44.000 --> 21:53.000] We do research, we do study, we sit down and try to work out issues about things that are actually happening and what to do about it
[21:53.000 --> 22:08.000] Right now, the Texas courts, these kangaroo traffic courts and these municipalities and JPs have just become so blatantly corrupt in their practice that it's ridiculous
[22:08.000 --> 22:15.000] It is completely ridiculous the level of due process violations that are going on in these courts
[22:15.000 --> 22:28.000] And yet there is no remedy available to us through any of the particular committees that are supposed to exist to provide it
[22:28.000 --> 22:35.000] Because they are all members of the same group as the people we're complaining about
[22:35.000 --> 22:42.000] This system is rigged, folks. It has always been rigged, granted
[22:42.000 --> 22:51.000] But it is now in your face, so what? Rigged, okay?
[22:51.000 --> 23:09.000] So if we don't start getting educated and informed people into the jury boxes and into office and into these places where they can make a shift, at the very least, a trimmer
[23:09.000 --> 23:15.000] We're not going to be able to keep up what we're doing much longer without a war
[23:15.000 --> 23:19.000]  A whole new civil war
[23:19.000 --> 23:26.000] And I would like to avoid that if at all possible, granted, I absolutely would
[23:26.000 --> 23:35.000]  It's never a reasonable person's first choice to resolve a problem
[23:35.000 --> 23:40.000] But when the remedy can't be had any other way, they're going to leave us with no choice
[23:40.000 --> 23:50.000] And John F. Kennedy said that he who makes peaceful resolution impossible makes violent revolution inevitable
[23:50.000 --> 23:54.000]  Okay? And that's just a fact
[23:54.000 --> 23:57.000]  And here we are
[23:57.000 --> 24:02.000] Alright, that being said, let's get to the callers. First one up
[24:02.000 --> 24:06.000]  It's a cell phone. Looks like it's out of Utah
[24:06.000 --> 24:13.000]  Area code 801. You're on. What can I do for you?
[24:13.000 --> 24:19.000]  Hello, I can barely hear you
[24:19.000 --> 24:21.000] Hello, can you hear me?
[24:21.000 --> 24:23.000]  Much better
[24:23.000 --> 24:28.000] Awesome. Hi there. Oh my goodness, I can't even believe. I just sent you an email
[24:28.000 --> 24:36.000] My name is Amalara Grover. I live in Pennsylvania. I've never held a driver's license before
[24:36.000 --> 24:42.000] And I just recently got three citations
[24:42.000 --> 24:45.000] I've been looking. I've heard you before. Can you hear me?
[24:45.000 --> 24:47.000]  Yes, I can hear you
[24:47.000 --> 24:54.000] Okay. I've seen your YouTube video and we've downloaded your script
[24:54.000 --> 25:02.000] I'm sorry to say I did not memorize it, but I did remember, shut up, keep shutting up, and shut up some more
[25:02.000 --> 25:09.000] Along with invoking my fifth amendment, right? And I wrote down my name, my address, my date of birth
[25:09.000 --> 25:13.000] He cited me for that. He cited me for speeding the whole spiel. Anyway
[25:13.000 --> 25:18.000] When you say he cited you for that in the first instance, what are we talking about?
[25:18.000 --> 25:21.000]  Be specific
[25:21.000 --> 25:28.000] He cited me for here. I have them right here. I can tell you exactly what he cited me for failing to stop
[25:28.000 --> 25:34.000] Show identification, registration, and insurance. I did not give him anything
[25:34.000 --> 25:42.000] He cited me for operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license and for speeding
[25:42.000 --> 25:46.000]  Okay
[25:46.000 --> 25:51.000] Since that time, like I said, I've done a ton of research
[25:51.000 --> 25:58.000] I've read a lot. I've, again, watched videos this and the other. At the end of the day, this is where I'm at
[25:58.000 --> 26:04.000]  Since I've never held a license, I believe those jurisdictional issues
[26:04.000 --> 26:09.000] And I returned the ticket to the officer
[26:09.000 --> 26:15.000] I wrote across them return for cause without commercial dishonor and no recourse
[26:15.000 --> 26:21.000]  And without prejudice, UCC 1-308
[26:21.000 --> 26:28.000] I got a public notification for reservation of rights under that same code
[26:28.000 --> 26:38.000] Had it notarized, I included that. I sent it back to the Magisterial District with the citation numbers
[26:38.000 --> 26:47.000] And I said that I used Suri Juris and claimed that law rejects the above citations
[26:47.000 --> 26:54.000] And that they've been returned for cause without commercial dishonor and no recourse
[26:54.000 --> 26:57.000]  And please be attached
[26:57.000 --> 27:01.000]  Now what?
[27:01.000 --> 27:08.000] Before we go down the road of now what? Let me ask you a question
[27:08.000 --> 27:13.000] You say that you've seen my videos and information, right?
[27:13.000 --> 27:15.000]  Yeah
[27:15.000 --> 27:30.000] Do you recall anywhere in any of the information coming from me that any of the things you just said you did were viable things to be done?
[27:30.000 --> 27:33.000]  No
[27:33.000 --> 27:38.000] Okay, now that we established that none of that is my fault
[27:38.000 --> 27:39.000]  Okay
[27:39.000 --> 27:40.000]  Yes
[27:40.000 --> 27:42.000] The next question is going to be is
[27:42.000 --> 27:47.000] I'm throwing myself under the bus, just fitting out everything that I've done
[27:47.000 --> 27:51.000] But it's no point in going back what I should have could have done, I'm just sharing
[27:51.000 --> 27:56.000] No, I'm just letting other people know this, listening to all this, there's a right way and a wrong way
[27:56.000 --> 28:06.000] And everything you're talking about doing I have yet to ever see verifiable evidence that it resulted in the outcome you're seeking
[28:06.000 --> 28:14.000] Okay, I've never seen proof that what you did has ever solved a problem
[28:14.000 --> 28:16.000]  Okay
[28:16.000 --> 28:20.000] Now let me ask you this question
[28:20.000 --> 28:34.000] How much actual study have you done of the laws and statutes themselves both current and previous history for Pennsylvania?
[28:34.000 --> 28:38.000]  For Pennsylvania
[28:38.000 --> 28:48.000] I've only looked at what is required under their code for driving, that's all that I've done
[28:48.000 --> 28:50.000]  Okay
[28:50.000 --> 29:00.000] I'm not sure exactly what that means because everything in their code that deals with motor vehicles is about driving
[29:00.000 --> 29:01.000]  Okay
[29:01.000 --> 29:11.000] Okay, well when I say that, what I've looked at is who's allowed to drive, I haven't read the entire piece there
[29:11.000 --> 29:14.000]  But I'm not driving, am I?
[29:14.000 --> 29:24.000] Well, that's the problem, the problem is can you tell me how driving is defined in the statute and what the history of that definition is
[29:24.000 --> 29:28.000] So that you can show it does not apply to you
[29:28.000 --> 29:30.000]  Apply to me
[29:30.000 --> 29:35.000] Yes, I have been looking at that, I am transporting myself
[29:35.000 --> 29:41.000] Okay, wait a minute, wait a minute, don't go on a tangent here, I got a break coming up, let me get that handled and I'll be right back
[29:41.000 --> 29:47.000] I want to ask you something else, just follow through with me when we get back, okay?
[29:47.000 --> 29:49.000]  Hang on just a minute
[29:49.000 --> 30:01.000] Alright folks, this is Rule of Law Radio, call in number 512-646-1984, give us a call, get in line, let's talk, we'll be right back
[30:01.000 --> 30:06.000]  I only have eyes for you
[30:06.000 --> 30:12.000] In June, store mannequins may be singing that tune, they're being outfitted with cameras to watch us while we shop
[30:12.000 --> 30:37.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with details after this
[30:42.000 --> 30:53.000] It's disturbing enough that big brother governments use facial recognition technology to identify and track people on the streets
[30:53.000 --> 30:58.000] Now clothing companies in Europe, Canada and America are getting in on the act
[30:58.000 --> 31:07.000] So where do they hide the cameras? In the eyes of mannequins, that's right, those glamorous plastic ladies in the display windows may be watching you back
[31:07.000 --> 31:16.000] They're called eye seers and their job is to log the age, gender and race of passersby so retailers can devise new schemes to get you to buy
[31:16.000 --> 31:23.000] But hang on, aren't mannequins spooky enough already? This is taking weird science to a whole new level
[31:23.000 --> 31:31.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine
[31:31.000 --> 31:39.000] What are you thinking? Micro-plant powder with iodine and probiotics for a total body detox for around $10 a month
[31:39.000 --> 31:48.000] If USA.org has 12 formulations of micro-plant powder for absorbing and removing toxins from your kidneys, liver, blood, lungs, stomach and colon
[31:48.000 --> 31:56.000] and feel better than ever, it alkalizes, oxygenate, kills parasite, does the job of 10 products, that saves you space, time and money
[31:56.000 --> 32:01.000]  Call 888-910-4367 only at USA.org

[35:19.000 --> 35:27.160] being misapplied by them. Nothing you say and do will win them over except by sheer accident.
[35:28.520 --> 35:36.600] Okay? We on the same page there? I believe so. Okay. So what I was going to ask you before we got
[35:36.600 --> 35:42.600] interrupted by the break was this. You say you've looked at the current statutes but you didn't tell
[35:42.600 --> 35:47.880] me specifically which statutes those are and there's not going to be just three or four to look at.
[35:47.880 --> 35:54.200] There's going to be a volume of them but you made no comment as to whether or not you've
[35:54.200 --> 36:02.680] looked into the history of the legislation from which they came. Okay? No, not at all sir. Okay.
[36:02.680 --> 36:07.480] Not at all. That is a mandatory part of legal research. You want to know why?
[36:07.480 --> 36:19.080] Yes sir. Because the courts are required to look at the origination of the law
[36:20.920 --> 36:28.440] in order to interpret its current state. There is also the fact that most state
[36:28.440 --> 36:40.600] constitutions forbid the state legislature from altering an original act by statutory amendment.
[36:42.120 --> 36:53.240] Okay? Statutes are not what are specifically enacted by the legislature. Okay? They are approved
[36:53.240 --> 37:00.920] by the legislature but they are not the original enactment. For instance, even today here in Texas
[37:02.120 --> 37:11.320] every current code's original enactment is the 1925 legislative session laws.
[37:11.320 --> 37:23.080] Even today despite all these decades of changes they are changes to the regulations
[37:24.200 --> 37:30.680] built upon the legislation. That's what the statutes are. They are the interpreted regulations
[37:30.680 --> 37:39.480] of the underlying enactment of the legislature. They are not the law itself. Okay? Okay. And
[37:39.480 --> 37:47.400] that's provable. The reason it's provable is because here in Texas for instance the law
[37:48.360 --> 37:56.040] is required to have an enacting clause stated at its beginning saying by what a 40 that law
[37:56.680 --> 38:01.080] is created. Guess where that statement actually exists?
[38:01.080 --> 38:11.720] I have no idea. On the face of the legislative bill but it does not appear in the statutes.
[38:13.560 --> 38:21.400] If the law is required to bear that statement and the statutes don't then obviously the statutes
[38:21.400 --> 38:32.440] are not the law. Law. Okay? Yes. Now when you backtrack through the historical references
[38:32.440 --> 38:36.600] on each of these acts to find out what their original purpose and intent was
[38:37.960 --> 38:43.560] you also come to the part of the Constitution that forbids the legislature from changing the
[38:43.560 --> 38:52.040] original subject of a bill also by statutory amendment. So for instance if the original
[38:52.040 --> 39:01.560] enactment said that everything that this code or law or enactment applies to relates specifically
[39:01.560 --> 39:11.080] to commercial use of the highways. Okay. Then nothing that has been added since then can change
[39:11.080 --> 39:24.120] it to apply to something else. Okay. Thank you. This is why history of a law is important
[39:24.680 --> 39:27.960] and absolutely necessary to note.
[39:32.760 --> 39:36.840] Now the best source for that is going to be your state law library.
[39:36.840 --> 39:41.480] Right. Being in Pennsylvania you probably got more than one of those.
[39:43.880 --> 39:50.360] You can also find any major university that is a book repository, a federal book repository
[39:51.000 --> 39:57.080] will also have almost exactly the same stuff that your state law library will have on that subject.
[40:00.840 --> 40:04.360] So you may have the opportunity of having several places
[40:04.360 --> 40:09.640] in which to go to do your research to cross reference and cross verify and so on and so
[40:09.640 --> 40:17.800] forth but studying just the statutes as they exist today by themselves you will never find the answers
[40:17.800 --> 40:26.200] you need. Not unless the statute already specifically says this only applies to commercial activity
[40:26.200 --> 40:35.720] period which believe it or not there's a California statute to do. Oh and so does Arkansas for that
[40:35.720 --> 40:43.880] matter. Of all the backwoods backwards behind places in the world to actually say it correctly
[40:43.880 --> 40:57.240] Arkansas surprised the hell out of me the most. Oh my goodness. Okay. Well I can do that. Now I've
[40:57.240 --> 41:07.160] heard many people say as far as the driver's license if I've never had one there's no contract.
[41:07.160 --> 41:16.440] How are they holding me responsible? I mean is that hello? I'm here. I'm trying to let you
[41:16.440 --> 41:25.640]  finish your question. Okay. Shouldn't I be challenging jurisdiction? I mean I don't have
[41:25.640 --> 41:31.480] a contract. The fact that you have never had a license is irrelevant to their interpretation of
[41:31.480 --> 41:40.600] the statute. Okay. Their interpretation of the statute is is that you are the legal person
[41:41.320 --> 41:48.600] referenced in the statute that is required to have such a license if you are operating a motor vehicle.
[41:49.800 --> 41:56.920] Okay. But I wasn't operating a motor vehicle. There you go again. I know. Until you can show
[41:56.920 --> 42:05.160] where the defined motor vehicle in their statute does not mean your car. Their perception will
[42:05.160 --> 42:18.760] win out over your objection. Are we clear? Hello? Yes. Yes. I'm sorry. Okay. Their perception is
[42:18.760 --> 42:27.400] all that matters in this because they have the guns and they have the perceived right to actually
[42:27.400 --> 42:39.080] use them whereas you don't. Okay. Okay. So regardless of what you hear certain facts are a reality
[42:40.440 --> 42:43.960] that those that are telling you this wish to not look at.
[42:43.960 --> 42:51.880] All right. Now I've seen tons of people say I never get arrested. I never get this. I never get that.
[42:52.920 --> 43:00.760] Well I have yet to see 99% of those people who are using what I have termed the patron
[43:00.760 --> 43:10.920] nut methods that claim that to be true. They have never ever produced a single piece of actual
[43:10.920 --> 43:17.720] evidence that they're not lying through their teeth. That they actually do any of the things
[43:17.720 --> 43:23.960] they say they do or that the result they get was actually because of something they did.
[43:25.000 --> 43:31.000] See there's a thing about this system that they also seem to not either understand or wish to
[43:31.000 --> 43:42.280] ignore for verification purposes and that is this system is entirely paper driven. Okay. Everything
[43:42.280 --> 43:49.880] they do generates a piece of paper including dismissals of cases and outcomes of cases.
[43:49.880 --> 43:54.680] Hang on just a second. We'll wrap this up on the other side. All right folks. We'll be right back.
[43:54.680 --> 44:03.080] 512-646-1984. Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit?

[46:14.840 --> 46:41.240] All right folks, we are back. This is rule of law radio. Call in number 512-646-1984.
[46:41.240 --> 46:48.040] Okay Omelara, what I was getting at is the system being entirely paper driven,
[46:48.040 --> 46:54.040] it always generates paper for anything it does. Whether it dismisses a case, whether it moves a
[46:54.040 --> 47:01.560] case, whether it starts a case and usually the paperwork will tell you at what point
[47:02.440 --> 47:06.440] it has reached and whether or not it ever got beyond a certain point.
[47:06.440 --> 47:13.320] Now if the things these people were telling everybody they've accomplished were true,
[47:15.160 --> 47:23.000] they would be able to get those documents and put them out there to show this is what happened.
[47:24.600 --> 47:30.440] No, not one of them I've ever challenged to do so has ever done that. Now they've given me
[47:30.440 --> 47:36.520] stuff that they filed but they never gave me anything that the other side provided back
[47:37.240 --> 47:47.400] about what they filed, not once. Okay, so it's one thing to tell me that everything you put in
[47:47.400 --> 47:52.120] did something when the other side has yet to respond to say yes it did or no it didn't.
[47:54.120 --> 47:57.720] Well I don't know what's going to happen yet but I will be more than happy to share with you
[47:57.720 --> 48:02.600] everything that transpires either way but I do have one question for you. Go ahead.
[48:03.480 --> 48:12.600] Now you spoke about looking at the previous statute. You mentioned that Texas's last
[48:14.120 --> 48:23.080] revision was in 1929. No, 1925 and it's not the last revision, it's the actual original
[48:23.080 --> 48:29.720] enactment upon which the revisions are based. All right, original. That's okay, thank you,
[48:29.720 --> 48:40.680] original. Original enactment. Okay. For instance, there is a point in time where the state
[48:40.680 --> 48:47.560] legislature first enacted a law relating to driver's licenses. Okay, that's your original
[48:47.560 --> 48:56.280] enactment. It may go all the way back to 1910 or 1915 but the point I'm trying to make is that at
[48:56.280 --> 49:06.280] some point that original enactment has never changed. Only the statutory regulations related to it
[49:06.280 --> 49:12.920] have changed. That's what you've got to find. See here in Texas the way I found it was very easy.
[49:12.920 --> 49:19.480] We used to put all of our laws into a bundled volume called Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes.
[49:19.480 --> 49:27.800] Okay, the very first page of every book of volume had a certification page from the
[49:27.800 --> 49:35.480] Secretary of State that said all the statutes in this section are a true and correct interpretation
[49:35.480 --> 49:46.200] of the legislative enactment of 1925. Now these were acts that were put up in 1996, 1998. So here
[49:46.200 --> 49:52.680] we have a 1998 enactment and the Secretary of State saying that that enactment is compliant
[49:52.680 --> 50:01.400] with the 1925 statutes. Okay? Okay. So that's what I'm talking about right there. The statute
[50:01.400 --> 50:10.520] has to reflect accurately what the original last dated enactment of the legislature on that subject
[50:10.520 --> 50:18.120] actually is. If it does not, if it is adding to that act, if it is changing the subject matter
[50:18.120 --> 50:23.960] of that act, if it is in any way altering the purpose and intent beyond the scope of the
[50:23.960 --> 50:31.400] single subject originally enacted, it's void. Under every state constitution I'm aware of,
[50:31.400 --> 50:38.360] there's a clause that says it's void. Okay? Okay. That's why the historical research is so important.
[50:38.920 --> 50:46.600] It's so important. Alrighty. Alrighty then. And so I'm looking specifically
[50:46.600 --> 50:55.000] one driver's license because I don't have one. And then as far as motor vehicle and transportation,
[50:56.040 --> 51:00.680] I guess that... Yeah, you're going to have to look and see how the estate originally created
[51:00.680 --> 51:08.200] the purpose and intent of defining a motor vehicle. Okay. Alrighty then. Well, this has been
[51:08.200 --> 51:14.280] so wonderful. I'm just so thankful to have gotten through and I will definitely be paying a lot more
[51:14.280 --> 51:21.640] attention. God bless you guys for everything that you do and I will be in touch. I did send an email
[51:21.640 --> 51:30.200] so... Okay. Well, I'll check my email while we're on break. I don't see anything that identifies
[51:30.200 --> 51:36.360] you to tell me where it came in from. Well, in the subject matter, it will say
[51:37.240 --> 51:42.280] never had a driver's license, so you'll know. Okay. If I find it, I'll be sure to read it.
[51:42.280 --> 51:48.040] Alrighty. And I will send it again then. Alrighty. Thanks again. Yes, ma'am. Thanks for calling in.
[51:48.040 --> 51:54.520] Alrighty. All right. Bye-bye. All right. Now we have Truth Raider. Raider, what do you got?
[51:55.480 --> 52:02.760] I got some questions for you, Eddie. In November 2011, with the last time I made any application
[52:02.760 --> 52:08.680]  for a driver's license here in Oregon, so this is six years now, I shouldn't even have a driver's
[52:08.680 --> 52:13.880] license on record now. They keep sending letters saying that your driving list privileges will
[52:13.880 --> 52:20.600] be suspended if you don't follow the guidelines getting insurance and all that kind of stuff like
[52:20.600 --> 52:29.240] that. So in truth, I don't really have a driver's license currently. Well, this goes back to the
[52:29.240 --> 52:34.440] thing that I always tell people about their driving record. Once your license expires,
[52:34.440 --> 52:40.360] a week after it's expired, go get a printout of your driving record to show that the license
[52:40.360 --> 52:46.840] expired of natural causes with no outstanding issues on the driving record. Then you do that again
[52:47.400 --> 52:53.320] every month for two or three months. Then you do it at six months. Then you do it at 12 months.
[52:53.320 --> 52:58.120] Just get you a stack of documents that says my license expired and has never had a blemish on
[52:58.120 --> 53:03.240] it. It was never suspended. Then the first time they go back and retroactively suspend
[53:03.240 --> 53:08.200] the license, you have documented proof that they have falsified their own records
[53:10.040 --> 53:19.160] in order to engage you, which is a crime. Because once they falsify the records and then they come
[53:19.160 --> 53:23.320] at you with those records, not only are they tampering with a government document, but now
[53:23.320 --> 53:30.920] they're intentionally perpetrating fraud. Okay. Now, since I've got pulled over for all these
[53:30.920 --> 53:35.960] administrative violations, claiming I'm a driver and I'm in violation of these statutory codes,
[53:36.840 --> 53:43.080] and that didn't comply with purchasing insurance, they put me on a suspension status.
[53:45.080 --> 53:50.360] Since they did that, does that lock that status of being suspended in place?
[53:52.120 --> 54:00.440] Okay. Listen carefully. Their records, the database in their system would show
[54:00.440 --> 54:06.680] when those records were entered and when they were changed. Okay. The problem is,
[54:06.680 --> 54:11.160] is you don't have direct access to that. The only way you're going to get that is to suit them
[54:11.160 --> 54:20.280] and put that into discovery. All right. And the thing about it is, that's what I'm saying. Without
[54:20.280 --> 54:28.680] the previous history, you don't have any way other than getting that information through a lawsuit
[54:28.680 --> 54:33.400] and discovery in that lawsuit to prove that they've tampered with the record.
[54:34.760 --> 54:41.160] Okay. Unless their record actually shows a date and time when they suspended it and that date and
[54:41.160 --> 54:49.000] time shows it was well after it expired. Most of them don't. Most of them will put a retroactive
[54:49.000 --> 54:56.600] date in there prior to the expiration date. Right. I think that's what they're continuing to try to
[54:56.600 --> 55:01.880] do is just lock it up. Right. And if you had a printout showing that that was the case,
[55:02.760 --> 55:07.720] that had been screwed, you'd have had them dead to rights on tampering with the record,
[55:07.720 --> 55:15.000] falsifying the record, and fraud. I think that's what you're doing. I even went into the ENVY.
[55:15.000 --> 55:18.760] Well, there ain't no thinking about it. That is exactly what they're doing.
[55:18.760 --> 55:28.520] Right. I just wanted to make sure because I know I'm just going through this phase of getting my
[55:28.520 --> 55:36.600] true status of who I am out there. Now, I went into the ENVY and I asked them, is there a process
[55:36.600 --> 55:42.760] I can go about deregistering and removing my name out of the system for the Department of Motor
[55:42.760 --> 55:48.760] Vehicles since I don't use a vehicle. I'm on Gage and Commerce for transportation. They said, no,
[55:48.760 --> 55:54.520] we don't have any. We have no system for you. For that, we don't have any process or paperwork
[55:54.520 --> 56:00.840] for you to do that. So what should I, what should I, you know, contest on that?
[56:03.000 --> 56:07.240] Well, what do you ask me to do? Tell you how to get them to create a system for you?
[56:07.240 --> 56:12.280] No, no. If they are telling me that, is that, is that false?
[56:16.840 --> 56:20.760]  Well, no, it's not false. They don't have a non-motor vehicle system.
[56:22.280 --> 56:26.760] They don't have any authority to make a non-motor vehicle system. There's no law for it.
[56:27.800 --> 56:33.720] Right. But what I'm saying is they say that I'm pretty much, in a sense, I cannot
[56:33.720 --> 56:42.040] take in my title and have it removed and get, you know, my own private, private title for,
[56:42.040 --> 56:47.560] for ownership of my automobile, my household goods. They say we don't have anything,
[56:47.560 --> 56:50.200] no process for you to be able to, to, to attain that.
[56:51.400 --> 56:54.840] Again, what do you want me to tell you?
[56:57.320 --> 57:01.720] Well, I just want to find out if they're telling me the truth about that.
[57:01.720 --> 57:08.360] Raider, it's common sense. What statutory act would the legislature make that says
[57:08.360 --> 57:11.640] you will maintain a system with everybody that isn't in this system?
[57:18.760 --> 57:23.400] All right. Well, I will do that. I will do the research for what my, my status is,
[57:23.400 --> 57:31.960] as far as the driving record, if I'm truly still active as having a license that isn't
[57:31.960 --> 57:38.760] suspension or not. The other question I have, a couple of them here, is what relevance
[57:39.880 --> 57:47.000] or is this just another patron of theory about why one has to deal with any government,
[57:47.000 --> 57:54.600] you know, the association, when they're coming to reference your name, they have it all capital
[57:54.600 --> 58:01.320] letters. Is there any relevance to that at all? Not the last time I said it didn't matter.
[58:02.520 --> 58:07.480] Doesn't matter. So what is the true purpose of that? Why, why? God, I do not want to go
[58:07.480 --> 58:14.520] into that explanation for the 500 damn time in my life. Okay. There's a multitude of reasons
[58:14.520 --> 58:18.840] why it's like that. Not all of them are the same for every single place, but all of them
[58:18.840 --> 58:26.280] are perfectly acceptable. Okay. The case audit doesn't matter. They don't care.
[58:27.720 --> 58:34.200] Okay. No, I have the petition and I have my response to everything. Would you like me to
[58:34.200 --> 58:39.080] send those to you? No, because I ain't got time to read them or any place to stack them.
[58:39.080 --> 58:43.320] All right. Hang on a second. I got a break. All right, folks will be right back after the break.
[58:43.320 --> 58:45.560] Y'all hang in there for the rest of this show.
[58:50.040 --> 58:55.640] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated

[01:00:27.000 --> 01:00:35.480] an ounce. Silver, $16.85 an ounce. Texas Crude, $54.54 a barrel. Bitcoin broke $7,000 and is
[01:00:35.480 --> 01:00:49.480] sitting about $7,183 U.S. dollars and Dashcoin is about $276 U.S. fiat. Today in history,
[01:00:49.480 --> 01:00:55.960] the year 1534, the English Parliament passed the first act of supremacy making King Henry VIII
[01:00:55.960 --> 01:01:00.920] head of the Anglican Church, supplanting the Pope and the Roman Catholic Church. The official
[01:01:00.920 --> 01:01:09.560] separation of the Church of England. Today in history. In recent news, the FBI managed to
[01:01:09.560 --> 01:01:13.960] locate and apprehend a second suspect in the terrorist attack in lower Manhattan earlier this
[01:01:13.960 --> 01:01:20.120] week. 32-year-old Mukhammadzor Kedurov is being investigated for his involvement with Saifulo
[01:01:20.120 --> 01:01:26.440] Saipov, the 29-year-old diversity visa immigrant from Uzbekistan who entered the U.S. in 2010.
[01:01:26.440 --> 01:01:30.440] He rented a pickup truck from a Home Depot in New Jersey before crossing into Manhattan
[01:01:30.440 --> 01:01:35.800] on the George Washington Bridge. Camera footage recorded him around 3.04 p.m. Tuesday driving
[01:01:35.800 --> 01:01:40.360] onto a bike path along the Hudson River where he began targeting pedestrians and cyclists
[01:01:40.360 --> 01:01:45.240] according to what police say appears to be seen in the footage. After crashing into a school bus,
[01:01:45.240 --> 01:01:50.600] he exited the truck with pellet and paintball guns shouting, Alua Akbar. Police also noted that
[01:01:50.600 --> 01:01:55.320] near the truck was a handwritten note with a few lines in Arabic indicating his allegiances to the
[01:01:55.320 --> 01:02:00.840] Islamic State. And they also revealed that Mr. Saipov, it seems, had some connections with people
[01:02:00.840 --> 01:02:05.320] who were under investigation for terrorism. This attack was the deadliest terror attack in New
[01:02:05.320 --> 01:02:16.440] York City since September 11th. A Spanish judge has issued a European arrest warrant for
[01:02:16.440 --> 01:02:21.720] Catalan President Carlos Pujmont and four of his allies who failed to attend a high court
[01:02:21.720 --> 01:02:27.160] hearing in Madrid on Thursday. Nine other ex-members of the regional government were taken into custody,
[01:02:27.160 --> 01:02:32.040] all faced charges of rebellion, sedition and misuse of public funds for pursuing Catalan
[01:02:32.040 --> 01:02:36.680] independence. Mr. Pujmont has said that he will not return to Spain unless he receives
[01:02:36.680 --> 01:02:41.560] guarantee of a fair trial, though he openly regards himself as the President of the newly
[01:02:41.560 --> 01:02:46.040] proclaimed Republic of Catalonia. Hearings for the handful of Catalonian officials arrested
[01:02:46.040 --> 01:02:54.360] already have been postponed until the 9th of November. This is Rick Rody with your lowdown
[01:02:54.360 --> 01:03:20.360]  for November 3rd, 2017.
[01:03:25.320 --> 01:03:31.880] Because you can't starve a foward and you can't make a run, you go to the Muslim old boys'
[01:03:31.880 --> 01:03:43.560] graves, don't shot guns. We say, praise, we say, ma'am, if you ain't in the back, we don't give a damn.
[01:03:43.560 --> 01:03:54.760] We came from the West Virginia coal mines and the rocky mountains and the western skies.
[01:03:54.760 --> 01:04:15.000] All right, folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio, calling number 512-646-1984.
[01:04:15.560 --> 01:04:19.800] And we're still talking with Truthrader. All right, Rader, what else do you have to ask?
[01:04:19.800 --> 01:04:27.160] On November 27th at 9 a.m., there is a dismissal hearing that the court is going to have to
[01:04:27.160 --> 01:04:31.640] determine if my case goes forward or gets dismissed. Well, I'm going to do, of course,
[01:04:31.640 --> 01:04:38.040] is just what you advised me to do. It's civil infractions. The officer had no basis for the
[01:04:38.040 --> 01:04:44.120] stop and any of his actions were unlawful and illegal. So that's all I'm going to do. And
[01:04:44.120 --> 01:04:50.680] that's all I'm supposed to say, is that right? Pretty much. Well, that and the fact that they
[01:04:50.680 --> 01:04:58.680] were unlawful and or legal because there can be no criminal probable cause in relation to a civil
[01:04:58.680 --> 01:05:05.080] infraction. The officer without probable cause has no authority to seize persons or property.
[01:05:05.080 --> 01:05:13.720] Absolutely. Absent a valid warrant. Right. Now, in the case that they do 12b-6 the case and go
[01:05:13.720 --> 01:05:22.120] ahead and grant the dismissal. Did you file this in writing? Yes. This is a pleading that I filled
[01:05:22.120 --> 01:05:27.800] out a pleading. According to their rules, structured it to the way that court wants to have it
[01:05:27.800 --> 01:05:38.120] received. And I filed it during the past week. Okay. So if they dismissed the case,
[01:05:38.920 --> 01:05:42.680] despite all of that, what is my next step after that?
[01:05:45.880 --> 01:05:50.120] If they dismiss it, it depends on whether they dismiss it with or without prejudice.
[01:05:51.560 --> 01:05:56.200] Okay. Without prejudice. If they dismiss it without prejudice, then you have to,
[01:05:56.200 --> 01:06:00.760] they're supposed to tell you how you need to fix it in order to re-file it.
[01:06:02.040 --> 01:06:08.360] Okay. And then if they do it with prejudice, then they're saying you can't and now you've
[01:06:08.360 --> 01:06:16.040] got to appeal that ruling. Appeal to the same court. No. Why would you appeal to the same court
[01:06:16.040 --> 01:06:24.200] about their ruling? Just asking a question. If it's not that, then I go to the next one with it.
[01:06:24.200 --> 01:06:26.440] What is the appellate court above that court?
[01:06:29.640 --> 01:06:32.200] Supreme Court, I believe. Well, there you go.
[01:06:35.080 --> 01:06:38.920] All right. So just do that at that point. And then if the Supreme Court doesn't,
[01:06:38.920 --> 01:06:44.120] do I go to a federal court after that? That has federal jurisdiction and supplemental
[01:06:44.120 --> 01:06:51.560] jurisdiction over the state? Say that again. Okay.
[01:06:51.560 --> 01:06:56.600] Okay. Go to the Supreme Court for Oregon. If they do the same thing,
[01:06:57.560 --> 01:07:01.000] then go at that point, go up to a federal jurisdiction.
[01:07:01.720 --> 01:07:04.200] No. You go to the United States Supreme Court.
[01:07:05.160 --> 01:07:11.480] Okay. And at that point, I can file a Title 42 at that point because I'm finding my case right
[01:07:11.480 --> 01:07:19.720] now. No. You're appealing the Supreme Court ruling in the state. You're not filing a new anything.
[01:07:19.720 --> 01:07:31.720] Okay. And just appeal. And then after that, whatever the steps are after that. Okay. So I'll
[01:07:31.720 --> 01:07:37.000]  just, I won't jump ahead. I'll just, I'm just trying to get something set up where I have a
[01:07:37.000 --> 01:07:43.960] plan, you know, a game plan. Okay. Well, good luck. Bye, Steph. All right.
[01:07:43.960 --> 01:07:50.840] All righty. All right. I'll let you know after the turkey day is over. So.
[01:07:50.840 --> 01:07:56.600] Okay. Well, good luck. I hope you win. All right. Thank you. And well, we'll take care of you.
[01:07:56.600 --> 01:08:00.360] And you'll have some blessings if it does. So make sure.
[01:08:00.360 --> 01:08:03.400] Well, just make sure it comes with at least good cranberry sauce.
[01:08:04.120 --> 01:08:08.840] Oh, yes. All right. On that note, happy Thanksgiving. God bless, brother, as usual.
[01:08:09.400 --> 01:08:11.640] And we'll talk to you in a week to come. All right. Thank you.
[01:08:11.640 --> 01:08:18.200] Thank you. Bye. All right. Now we have Frank in New York. Frank, what can we do for you?
[01:08:19.560 --> 01:08:23.080] Hi, Eddie. I'm going to turn my speakerphone off. All right.
[01:08:23.720 --> 01:08:26.280] Yeah. You'll give me a lot of trouble. You try stealing the speakerphone.
[01:08:27.480 --> 01:08:31.880] I know. I had to listen. I had to, I was sharing the audio and now I'm not. Okay.
[01:08:33.160 --> 01:08:36.520] He's got to listen to the stream. I'm listening to the, I'm doing the, I'm doing the talking.
[01:08:36.520 --> 01:08:41.480]  All right. I'm in Texas. Okay. I'm, I'm, I'm in Austin.
[01:08:43.000 --> 01:08:46.600] My, my great friend, we're going to call him Mike,
[01:08:48.280 --> 01:08:58.520] has issues with code enforcement and for a property. And that's that he is,
[01:08:59.400 --> 01:09:02.280] he is, he's doing his private business in this property.
[01:09:02.280 --> 01:09:08.280] And the code enforcement wants to get in, it wants to give him services for
[01:09:09.480 --> 01:09:13.880] like building permits and all that stuff. And he's not doing anything. He's not,
[01:09:13.880 --> 01:09:17.880] he doesn't want their services. And he also, he had a non-response
[01:09:20.360 --> 01:09:23.880] citation. He didn't respond to it because he didn't know how and he didn't want to
[01:09:23.880 --> 01:09:29.640] cause more problems than, than solve them. So that got a judgment on it in absentia.
[01:09:29.640 --> 01:09:34.600] And now he's going, now he's, now they came to the, to the house again today to,
[01:09:34.600 --> 01:09:39.080] to button it up for some reason. And I talked them through the fence and I said,
[01:09:39.080 --> 01:09:45.000] do you have a warrant and all that, you know, how I am. And I said, do you have a beef with me?
[01:09:45.000 --> 01:09:49.560] And they said, no. I said, okay. And they said, can we have your name? I said, my mom didn't give
[01:09:49.560 --> 01:09:54.920] me one. So I'm using, I'm doing the patron up shit just to get a mark, just to get him excited.
[01:09:54.920 --> 01:09:55.720]  Language, please.
[01:09:55.720 --> 01:10:02.440] You know, I'm sorry. Oh yeah, it's twice in a row now. How sorry are you?
[01:10:02.440 --> 01:10:11.880] Oh, I'm not high enough. So anyway, we need, we need the, we need to bring the law
[01:10:12.840 --> 01:10:19.400] that controls this. They're, you know, just puts them in their place. We need to touch this law.
[01:10:19.400 --> 01:10:26.520] And if you could offer that to me, just to bring a re, rebuttal and
[01:10:28.680 --> 01:10:31.160] well, we can talk about that later. We already know that.
[01:10:31.160 --> 01:10:33.320] What do you mean Texas law dealing with what?
[01:10:34.440 --> 01:10:39.960] Okay. Property ownership, allodial title, the there isn't one.
[01:10:39.960 --> 01:10:47.880] There isn't a law. No, no law that gives us allodial title. No.
[01:10:49.880 --> 01:10:54.280] No, there's a land patent that does. Does he have a land patent?
[01:10:55.560 --> 01:10:59.240] I told him that he needs to go and put his name on the land patent.
[01:11:00.120 --> 01:11:02.520] And he didn't do it. So now we have to do that.
[01:11:02.520 --> 01:11:09.080] Well, if he's going to promise me he's going to do it. If he doesn't do it, I can't help him.
[01:11:10.440 --> 01:11:17.320] Well, he has to get his parcel off of the original patent carried forward in his name as an assign.
[01:11:18.680 --> 01:11:24.600] Okay. So now he wants to know where to find the instructions for that.
[01:11:24.600 --> 01:11:29.080] He'll have to go talk to the people at the land office, Texas land office.
[01:11:29.080 --> 01:11:35.800] In Austin. Well, there is the headquartered one is in Austin, but they're in every county.
[01:11:37.320 --> 01:11:41.000] Okay. Great. So that's the first step. And the next step would be
[01:11:42.440 --> 01:11:51.400] to now after that is a button that we go after the trespass for the the bylaw.
[01:11:53.720 --> 01:11:57.400] The trespass that they committed, we told them not to come on the property.
[01:11:57.400 --> 01:12:03.400] They did it anyway. The second time, the first time they got off the property politely,
[01:12:03.400 --> 01:12:13.160] the second time they brought the police. And they put a stake in the lawn with a citation on it.
[01:12:13.160 --> 01:12:18.360] And since we didn't have the, we didn't want him prima facie or anything like that,
[01:12:18.360 --> 01:12:21.320] we just ignored them until we can deal with this properly.
[01:12:21.320 --> 01:12:27.480] Well, article three, section one of the Texas constitution
[01:12:28.120 --> 01:12:32.600] authorizes only the legislature to make binding public law.
[01:12:33.240 --> 01:12:39.560] There is no authority in the Texas constitution anywhere authorizing counties or municipalities
[01:12:39.560 --> 01:12:44.120] to create law regardless of what they call it, ordinance or otherwise.
[01:12:44.120 --> 01:12:54.200] Okay. Ordinances are not law that is binding upon the public. They are binding upon corporate
[01:12:54.200 --> 01:13:01.480] employees and corporate property, but they are not binding upon the people or their private
[01:13:01.480 --> 01:13:08.360] property. If they use them in such a way, they are in violation of the Texas constitution.
[01:13:08.360 --> 01:13:14.520] But the only remedy you're going to get is to sue them for that. But you're going to have
[01:13:14.520 --> 01:13:19.320] to do it at the federal level because the state courts are in on the scam.
[01:13:20.680 --> 01:13:27.960]  I know. And is that a 242 case? Title 18.
[01:13:27.960 --> 01:13:40.120] No. Listen carefully. You don't file lawsuits under title 18. Title 18 is not for you. Period.
[01:13:41.720 --> 01:13:51.640]  Title 42, sections 1982, 83, 84 is where your lawsuit is to be filed.
[01:13:51.640 --> 01:14:00.760] Okay. Thank you, Eddie. You can use title 18 as the basis for the criminal act that gave you
[01:14:00.760 --> 01:14:08.760] standing to make the claim under title 42, but you cannot use it as the authority for
[01:14:08.760 --> 01:14:13.480] the claim because it isn't. I knew it fit in there somewhere. I did
[01:14:13.480 --> 01:14:22.120] it and I never had done one. So, of course, I'm going to consult you. Anyways, so can we call
[01:14:22.120 --> 01:14:28.760] in with the progress after he gets the patent changed over and then I'll tell you what happens?
[01:14:28.760 --> 01:14:32.680] Well, the problem is, are you going to be able to do that before they move against it?
[01:14:33.560 --> 01:14:37.720] That's going to be your problem. That's what I'm going to do. He's going to rush it.
[01:14:37.720 --> 01:14:41.080] I thought he's going to rush it. Well, it ain't going to be up to him to rush it. It's going to
[01:14:41.080 --> 01:14:47.960] be up to whether the land office will do their job. Right. And what's the recourse? We're recording
[01:14:47.960 --> 01:14:53.640] them. We're going to record them. The recourse is the same regardless. Nobody's going to do the
[01:14:53.640 --> 01:14:57.960] job they're supposed to do. You're going to need to know how they're supposed to do it
[01:14:57.960 --> 01:15:02.440] and what laws require them to do it and when they don't, sue the crap out of them.
[01:15:03.400 --> 01:15:09.480] We have to sue. I know. And therein lies the rub. The only thing you can do then is seek
[01:15:09.480 --> 01:15:14.520] injunctive relief against the city and the citations until the outcome of the suit is
[01:15:14.520 --> 01:15:18.040] determined and that's going to depend upon whether or not a court will grant you that
[01:15:18.040 --> 01:15:23.400] injunctive relief until then. Okay. So politics is going to be important. Oh, yeah.
[01:15:24.840 --> 01:15:27.800] Even though it shouldn't be because this is supposed to be about law,
[01:15:29.720 --> 01:15:35.160] it most assuredly is going to be important. I've listened to hundreds of hours of view
[01:15:35.160 --> 01:15:40.920] in Randy in the beginning for the last four years, I mean, previous to your own where you split off.
[01:15:41.480 --> 01:15:49.320] And I know a lot about the politics and how to push that. And I also have Randy's phone number
[01:15:49.320 --> 01:16:00.040] to consult. So I'm getting a settlement soon. I'm going to be contributing to you and I'm going
[01:16:00.040 --> 01:16:06.680] to get through programming everything. As you know, I got hit by a car and everything with Sammy.
[01:16:07.400 --> 01:16:10.440] And but anyways, are you going to be doing your classes anymore?
[01:16:11.400 --> 01:16:16.520] The next set of classes I'm doing will be online. But I have to finish getting the equipment and
[01:16:16.520 --> 01:16:21.240] everything, which I'm in the process of trying to do, get all that set up and get all the online
[01:16:21.240 --> 01:16:25.640] stuff prepared. So it's going to be a little while. But the next time I start them up, that's
[01:16:25.640 --> 01:16:31.000] where they're going to be. Is there anything I can help you with? Well, I don't know what you're
[01:16:31.000 --> 01:16:37.640] capable of. So I have no way to answer that question. So how do I how do I I'm sure I can do
[01:16:37.640 --> 01:16:42.520] something. Anyways, I'll let you get on with it. I'll call in when I get when I get further down
[01:16:42.520 --> 01:16:49.720] the road. Okay, with this. Thank you so much. Yes, sir. Bye bye. Bye bye. All right, folks,
[01:16:49.720 --> 01:16:56.040] we'll be right back after this break. Call it number 512-646-1984. Y'all hang on.

[01:19:24.840 --> 01:19:51.640] Hi, folks. We are back. This is the Monday Night Rule of Law radio show. We are now
[01:19:51.640 --> 01:19:56.120] in our last three segments of the show for the evening. We've been doing pretty good so far.
[01:19:56.120 --> 01:20:01.320] Let's see if we can keep this on a roll, continue on here. We have Mack in California.
[01:20:01.320 --> 01:20:07.880] Mack, what can we do for you? Hey, Eddie. Just to get to it, I'm fighting a
[01:20:08.760 --> 01:20:15.640] civil infraction traffic violation out here. I filed a discovery request with the police
[01:20:15.640 --> 01:20:20.920] officer. It's been over a month. He hasn't responded. When you say discovery request,
[01:20:20.920 --> 01:20:23.400] what are we talking about? The seven interrogators in the block?
[01:20:25.400 --> 01:20:30.200] No, that's the next thing I'm going to get to. No, this was just jurisdictional stuff.
[01:20:33.000 --> 01:20:41.160] Also, a demur to get the case dismissed. So, I haven't heard from the cop. I went to the
[01:20:42.440 --> 01:20:49.400] police station. They told me to go check with the city clerk's office. So, I filed the same
[01:20:49.400 --> 01:20:54.600] documents with them, and then I find out that the cop's not going to answer the discovery. It's
[01:20:54.600 --> 01:21:00.200] going to be, I'm being told, the custodian of records with the city. She's going to answer it
[01:21:00.200 --> 01:21:07.320] on behalf of the police officer. Well, what kind of information did you ask for that doesn't
[01:21:07.320 --> 01:21:22.520] require first-hand knowledge? I ask for information, just basic stuff like anything. I put the names
[01:21:22.520 --> 01:21:28.040] of every witness with personal first-hand knowledge, any evidence that he relies on
[01:21:28.040 --> 01:21:35.480] that the state laws apply to me, because I'm physically in California, any video that he might
[01:21:35.480 --> 01:21:42.440] have, did he file a valid cause of action, things like that, copy the police report,
[01:21:43.640 --> 01:21:49.240] and so forth. Basic things that he should be able to answer and respond to. The custodian told me
[01:21:49.240 --> 01:21:54.600] that he was confused. He's never seen anything like this. For some reason, he wasn't able to answer.
[01:21:55.320 --> 01:22:01.320] I didn't know if the officer had a time limit to respond to the discovery. It looks like he may
[01:22:01.320 --> 01:22:07.320] never respond to the discovery. I do want to get the seven-interrogator mortgage into
[01:22:08.280 --> 01:22:16.840] him and I guess the custodian. So my question to you is, if the cop never responds to any of these
[01:22:16.840 --> 01:22:24.440] motions for discovery, do I have any recourse there? Well, the question is, does someone respond
[01:22:24.440 --> 01:22:31.800] to provide you with what does this guy re-ask for? I don't think I'm going to be getting any,
[01:22:33.000 --> 01:22:37.480] not the lady there. Well, what I think they're going to be getting is not going to be a satisfactory
[01:22:37.480 --> 01:22:45.240] answer to you, but it will be perfectly satisfactory to them. Okay.
[01:22:48.280 --> 01:22:53.720] Here's the whole reason those interrogatories exist. None of the stuff that you're talking about
[01:22:53.720 --> 01:23:01.480] is really necessary if you can show that jurisdiction to do the act they did didn't exist in the first
[01:23:01.480 --> 01:23:10.360] place, which is just as good as being outside of California. Okay. Lack of jurisdiction is what
[01:23:10.360 --> 01:23:16.920] you're after was such a question, right? Yes. Show me the laws don't apply to me just because I'm
[01:23:16.920 --> 01:23:21.480] in California. You're challenging jurisdiction. What is it you think those interrogatories are
[01:23:21.480 --> 01:23:29.720] made to do? And those interrogatories are pertinent to their actions, not what you're asking about.
[01:23:32.440 --> 01:23:38.760] The interrogatories put them on notice of what the law requires them to do,
[01:23:39.640 --> 01:23:45.640] not your perception of does it apply or doesn't it? It takes the argument off your shoulders,
[01:23:45.640 --> 01:23:53.320] puts it entirely on theirs where it belongs. How's the court going to justify a warrantless
[01:23:53.320 --> 01:24:02.920] search and seizure of a person or property without a valid warrant in a civil matter where no probable
[01:24:02.920 --> 01:24:13.320] cause could ever possibly exist? How are they going to justify that? What law can they rely on to
[01:24:13.320 --> 01:24:19.320] justify that? Because California case law is against them.
[01:24:23.080 --> 01:24:28.920] But what you've asked them for has nothing to do with anything relating to the specific law
[01:24:28.920 --> 01:24:35.240] that they're trying to use. You're challenging jurisdiction incorrectly in my opinion
[01:24:37.960 --> 01:24:42.920] because you are assuming the burden of proof to fend off what you're asking them to prove
[01:24:42.920 --> 01:24:47.880] up because the only thing they're going to do is regurgitate the statutes at you. That's all
[01:24:47.880 --> 01:24:54.840] they're going to do. It's completely circuit or logic, but it's exactly what works for them.
[01:24:57.000 --> 01:25:02.520] They've designed it to work for them. So how do you plan on overcoming it by asking them
[01:25:02.520 --> 01:25:08.840] to run around in the same circles they already do? You see the problem?
[01:25:08.840 --> 01:25:15.880] I do. Now I'm not trying to knock Mark Stevens. I know that's where you're getting this from.
[01:25:16.680 --> 01:25:22.600] He's right. The system is bogus based upon its own rules that they can't prove
[01:25:23.240 --> 01:25:29.160] applicability. They're just assuming it and demanding you comply with it. That's really
[01:25:29.160 --> 01:25:35.560] all they're doing. That part is absolutely true, but the problem is doing it the way you do it.
[01:25:35.560 --> 01:25:41.400] They're eventually going to regurgitate that same round robin thing with the statutes,
[01:25:41.400 --> 01:25:46.280] which is going to require you to be able to rebut it, thus shifting the burden from them
[01:25:46.280 --> 01:25:49.800] to you to challenge them. It gets you nowhere fast.
[01:25:51.800 --> 01:25:57.640] Okay. So when I file the motion with the 7-intern arbitrary, should I include copies of the three
[01:25:57.640 --> 01:26:06.280] cases that you cited, the people versus Dato and Sava? Absolutely. Okay. You write it up and
[01:26:06.280 --> 01:26:12.840] search such a way that according to the precedent set in this case, this case in this case, the
[01:26:12.840 --> 01:26:23.160] state of California recognizes this particular offense as a civil infraction, having no criminal
[01:26:23.160 --> 01:26:33.000] aspect whatsoever. Lacking a criminal aspect, there can be no probable cause to search and
[01:26:33.000 --> 01:26:38.600] seize because there's no elements of a crime of which to take notice in order to establish
[01:26:38.600 --> 01:26:45.240] probable cause. Therefore, please answer the following interrogatories relating to how you
[01:26:45.240 --> 01:26:53.800] came to the conclusion you did to perpetrate the act that you did and justify it using law.
[01:26:54.760 --> 01:27:02.280] It makes it where they can't respond because there's nothing they can say that will be
[01:27:03.880 --> 01:27:06.120] true and support their position.
[01:27:06.120 --> 01:27:20.600] Okay. It's with a commissioner, obviously. How do I get it from the commissioner's court to
[01:27:20.600 --> 01:27:24.840] in front of an actual judge? You're not. California doesn't do it. That's why you're
[01:27:24.840 --> 01:27:28.440]  not giving a jury trial. It's a civil infraction. It's entirely administrative.
[01:27:29.160 --> 01:27:34.440] No jury trial, no nothing. It is exactly the definition of a bill of attainder
[01:27:34.440 --> 01:27:40.280] because this is an administrative determination of guilt without judicial review. It's absolutely
[01:27:40.280 --> 01:27:44.360] unconstitutional in every state of the union, but California's been doing it for decades.
[01:27:46.360 --> 01:27:48.920] Is there anything else I should file based on that?
[01:27:51.800 --> 01:27:55.560] Well, the problem is, is you have the right to the discovery in the interrogatories.
[01:27:56.200 --> 01:28:00.600] If they don't provide that, you could just not show up because they're not doing what they're
[01:28:00.600 --> 01:28:07.800] required to do. Any judgment they get against you, you can have overturned because you can prove
[01:28:07.800 --> 01:28:16.360] the denial of due process. Okay, so they don't answer the discoveries. Just don't show up
[01:28:17.000 --> 01:28:21.720] because it's a denial of... You're going into an administrative proceeding where the only rules
[01:28:21.720 --> 01:28:32.760] that matter is what they want to do, period. Okay. That's simple. But if they act after you have
[01:28:32.760 --> 01:28:37.960] put it before them that they acted originally in violation of law and any further actions will
[01:28:37.960 --> 01:28:44.840] continue to be in violation of law and your rights, then whatever they do, you could sue the
[01:28:44.840 --> 01:28:51.880] living crap out of them for because they acted without jurisdiction in violation of your rights.
[01:28:55.560 --> 01:28:59.640] How do you go about suing the commissioner? The commissioner is not a judicial officer.
[01:29:00.200 --> 01:29:04.680] The commissioner is a damn court clerk that got kicked over there to do that for the day.
[01:29:04.680 --> 01:29:15.720] It's a deck stacked against you from the word go.
[01:29:19.000 --> 01:29:24.440] You sue the commissioner like you any other would sue any other moron that violates your rights
[01:29:24.440 --> 01:29:28.600] and does you a harm. Want to sue the officer as well?
[01:29:28.600 --> 01:29:33.720] No. The officer acted without any lawful authority or jurisdiction. Of course.
[01:29:34.920 --> 01:29:39.800] Sue him in his personal capacity. He has no discretion to violate your rights.
[01:29:43.640 --> 01:29:49.800] All right. Okay. All right. Come here. Thank you. You're welcome. Have a good one. All right,
[01:29:49.800 --> 01:29:54.360] folks. We're about to take another break. Y'all hang in there and we'll start the bottom of the hour
[01:29:54.360 --> 01:30:02.280] segment. We'll be right back. It seems like everywhere you turn nowadays,
[01:30:02.280 --> 01:30:06.520] someone wants your name, social security number and date of birth. But you should think twice
[01:30:06.520 --> 01:30:11.000] before giving away your personal data. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll say more in just a
[01:30:11.000 --> 01:30:16.920] moment. Google is watching you recording everything you've ever searched for and creating a massive
[01:30:16.920 --> 01:30:22.200] database of your personal information. That's creepy. But it doesn't have to be that way.
[01:30:22.200 --> 01:30:28.040]  Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine. Startpage.com doesn't store your IP address,
[01:30:28.040 --> 01:30:32.600] make a record of your searches or use tracking cookies and their third party certified. If you
[01:30:32.600 --> 01:30:38.440] don't like big brother spying on you, start over with Startpage. Great search results and total
[01:30:38.440 --> 01:30:44.360] privacy. Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine. Forms, forms, forms, they're
[01:30:44.360 --> 01:30:49.160] everywhere. But just because a piece of paper asks for information doesn't mean you have to give it.
[01:30:49.160 --> 01:30:54.760] I leave blank spaces on forms all the time or I write n slash a for not applicable and usually
[01:30:54.760 --> 01:30:59.880] nobody notices or cares. I never give my social security number or date of birth unless it's
[01:30:59.880 --> 01:31:05.000] absolutely mandatory for employment or a government requirement and I won't give my phone number to
[01:31:05.000 --> 01:31:09.480] a company or an organization unless I actually want them to call me and that's pretty rare.
[01:31:09.480 --> 01:31:14.520] To preserve our vanishing privacy, we need to practice saying no to random data requests.
[01:31:14.520 --> 01:31:19.800] It's like exercising a muscle. It gets easier the more you do it. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht,
[01:31:19.800 --> 01:31:22.600]  more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:31:31.400 --> 01:31:37.000] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. The
[01:31:37.000 --> 01:31:42.840] government says that fire brought it down. However, 1500 architects and engineers concluded it was a
[01:31:42.840 --> 01:31:47.400] controlled demolition. Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. Thousands
[01:31:47.400 --> 01:31:51.880] of my fellow force responders are dying. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a structural engineer.
[01:31:51.880 --> 01:31:56.120] I'm a New York City correctional. I'm an Air Force pilot. I'm the father who lost his son. We're
[01:31:56.120 --> 01:32:01.720] Americans and we deserve the truth. Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.

[01:33:29.800 --> 01:33:48.760] Look at them yoyos. That's the way you do it. You play the guitar on the MTV. That ain't working.
[01:33:48.760 --> 01:33:56.760] That's the way you do it. Money for nothing when you choose to freeze. Now that ain't working.
[01:33:56.760 --> 01:34:04.200] That's the way you do it. Let me tell you. Yeah, guys, ain't dumb. Maybe get up the stone on your
[01:34:04.200 --> 01:34:10.840] little finger. Maybe get up the stone on your thumb. We got the rhythm.
[01:34:16.280 --> 01:34:24.280] All right, folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. Now let's see. We have Lewis in Tennessee.
[01:34:24.280 --> 01:34:30.360] Lewis, what can we do for you? Tell her how you do today, sir. Ah, so far so grand.
[01:34:31.800 --> 01:34:39.320] All right. I have a problem with a judge in Clarksville by the name of Judge Hates in Clarksville.
[01:34:40.360 --> 01:34:47.400] Okay. Hates was cited for praising God down town in city court and the judge
[01:34:47.400 --> 01:34:54.120] found me guilty for praising God down in front of the Montgomery County Courthouse.
[01:34:54.120 --> 01:35:01.320] This was the city judge. I found you guilty on what charge? I'm sure the charge was not praising
[01:35:01.320 --> 01:35:13.320] God. What was it? This only kind of for using an amplified device. Okay. Okay. So I bound it over
[01:35:13.320 --> 01:35:17.960] to criminal court. This wasn't a hospital zone or nothing at the same time, was it?
[01:35:19.560 --> 01:35:23.080] Sir? This wasn't a hospital zone or anything at the same time, was it?
[01:35:24.680 --> 01:35:29.320] No, sir. I was in front of the courthouse. Right. But I'm just saying the courthouse front door is
[01:35:29.320 --> 01:35:38.840] not in the middle of a hospital zone, right? No, sir. Okay. Okay. So I bound it over to criminal
[01:35:38.840 --> 01:35:47.800] court. Judge Hates owned all three of them while when a bitch tried, well, a civil trial in front
[01:35:49.080 --> 01:35:56.840] the criminal judge. And he said that the city did not have authority to come on county property
[01:35:56.840 --> 01:36:03.240] and arrest me and seize my property. But the court refused to go to court on the other two
[01:36:03.240 --> 01:36:10.520] where they took my properties to come to court. It's been going on for a while. They never gave
[01:36:10.520 --> 01:36:18.520] me seizure material for my equipment that they took. And the criminal court judge dismissed
[01:36:18.520 --> 01:36:23.960] one count and I'm going to court on two more other counts that has the same merit. The city
[01:36:23.960 --> 01:36:31.000] police came on county property. The same police come on at three times to arrest me on county property.
[01:36:31.000 --> 01:36:38.840] Okay. And so you were out front praising God because you got the first one dismissed?
[01:36:41.000 --> 01:36:50.040] Out three of these was a different time. Okay. Well, my point is why were you out front with
[01:36:50.040 --> 01:36:56.520] an amplified sound device praising God that caused the judge to do this? Just out of curiosity?
[01:36:56.520 --> 01:36:59.560] Not saying it was wrong or anything. I'm just trying to find out all the facts here.
[01:36:59.560 --> 01:37:06.760] Okay. I was down there. 18,000 people lost their driver license with the push of a button
[01:37:07.400 --> 01:37:15.480] due to financial responsibility. So I had an altar and pew downtown telling the people about
[01:37:16.040 --> 01:37:21.720] it's wrong for them losing their driver license that way through a financial responsibility.
[01:37:22.440 --> 01:37:29.160] So I had the two themes together. I had an altar, a pew, and playing church music that was
[01:37:29.160 --> 01:37:35.480] really low. But they excited me for that to run me from downtown because I was talking about
[01:37:36.920 --> 01:37:43.560] their criminal group. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Freedom of religion. That's definitely an
[01:37:43.560 --> 01:37:50.760] appealable issue. That's right. Okay. Now he dismissed it, but they won't take it to court
[01:37:50.760 --> 01:37:57.960] on three on two more other cases. And then in the driver license and the driver license situation
[01:37:57.960 --> 01:38:04.440] that I wanted to talk to you about, they maliciously arrest me on a charge without a warrant at
[01:38:04.440 --> 01:38:08.920] someone else's house that they were looking for someone else. They did not see the person,
[01:38:08.920 --> 01:38:13.960] invaded the house, they found the person, had him up under the bed, they'd never seen him,
[01:38:13.960 --> 01:38:21.720] and they charged me with restricting justice or something. And they charged me, they dismissed
[01:38:21.720 --> 01:38:27.880] it. And then they took my driver license because I didn't pay a fine after they dismissed the case.
[01:38:27.880 --> 01:38:32.680] Well, you know that the DOJ is currently cracking down on states for doing that because they can't
[01:38:32.680 --> 01:38:39.320] suspend a license without due process. So they can't just do it without a trial
[01:38:39.320 --> 01:38:45.400] to suspend your license, despite what they might think. The DOJ is crawling all over Texas and
[01:38:46.440 --> 01:38:50.840] New York and several other states right now for doing exactly that, possibly even Tennessee's
[01:38:50.840 --> 01:38:57.240] already there. Yes, sir. I believe New York is working with the public defendants here,
[01:38:57.880 --> 01:39:02.360] public defendants office here, Rick Defand it right there. Yes, I believe it, but it
[01:39:02.360 --> 01:39:08.200] haven't came to a hedge yet. You know, I was just wondering how do I, because I had a jury trial
[01:39:08.200 --> 01:39:13.560] coming up, right? Well, you can always go after them for suspending the license for exactly that
[01:39:13.560 --> 01:39:19.240] violation of due process. You may have to take it on a personal basis for the time being till the
[01:39:19.240 --> 01:39:27.400] DOJ gets off their lazy butts and actually does something. Okay, you said do what now?
[01:39:28.520 --> 01:39:33.640] You may have to sue them yourself at making a personal case instead of something that the
[01:39:33.640 --> 01:39:38.680] federal government's doing to protect the rights of people. You may have to just work and protect
[01:39:38.680 --> 01:39:46.360] your own. Okay. But for them to suspend it without a trial and without due process,
[01:39:46.360 --> 01:39:54.120] the Supreme Court's already said that cannot be done. Administrative cases that deprive people of
[01:39:55.080 --> 01:40:00.600] rights without due process are void. They're completely invalid acts.
[01:40:04.200 --> 01:40:11.640] Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Okay. Well, I appreciate that right there. And I just want to say thank you.
[01:40:11.640 --> 01:40:17.640] Thank you for inviting me with that. You're welcome. Glad if I could help. Yes, sir. Thank you.
[01:40:17.640 --> 01:40:23.320] Yes, sir. And you definitely, I would go with a freedom of religion violation against that city
[01:40:23.320 --> 01:40:28.600] court judge because that judge was acting completely outside of their jurisdictional
[01:40:28.600 --> 01:40:36.040] authority by bringing that charge, knowing full well that that is protected speech. And even if
[01:40:36.040 --> 01:40:41.800] it's on an amplified device, if they didn't have an actual citizen complain about it,
[01:40:41.800 --> 01:40:48.520] they had no business levying a charge against you. Yes, sir. I feel the same way too, sir.
[01:40:51.640 --> 01:40:55.320] Okay. Okay. We're getting... All right. Yes, sir. All right. Bye-bye.
[01:40:57.480 --> 01:41:01.320] All right. Now we have Jay in Texas. Jay, what can we do for you?
[01:41:01.320 --> 01:41:05.160] How are we doing, Eddie? How are we doing good so far?
[01:41:06.360 --> 01:41:11.800] All right. Well, first off, I know you do ACBC on your, on your brand-based stuff. I just want
[01:41:11.800 --> 01:41:19.080] to shout out, please. I'm young. We're losing a lot of people. Some of them good, some of them bad.
[01:41:21.000 --> 01:41:28.520] Anyway, you touch on a lot of stuff. And I have, I don't have one small element that I'd
[01:41:28.520 --> 01:41:36.280] like to touch on, and that is going back to a property tax issue. Okay. And after, after,
[01:41:36.280 --> 01:41:41.320] after touching on some of the other, one of the things that really interests me, and I think
[01:41:41.320 --> 01:41:46.440] that's, I want to know whether it's something I should or should not focus on, and that is the
[01:41:46.440 --> 01:41:59.000] definition of person, because person is by definition in property code. My understanding is, is a
[01:41:59.000 --> 01:42:06.120] corporation or state agency... Well, let me ask you this. How is it defined in the property code?
[01:42:08.760 --> 01:42:12.120] And how many times is it defined in the property code?
[01:42:12.120 --> 01:42:20.520] The word person? Yes. Because they will use the same word in multiple places with different
[01:42:20.520 --> 01:42:26.200] definitions. You've got to know which one is being used in relation to what you're arguing
[01:42:26.200 --> 01:42:30.520] about statutory-wise in order to know if you're arguing correctly.
[01:42:30.520 --> 01:42:41.320]  Exactly. And that's, that's where it becomes a little muddled, is you're, you know, you're
[01:42:41.320 --> 01:42:48.280] doing a lot of back and forth. Okay. Well, in this statute, it says this, but then when you get down
[01:42:48.280 --> 01:42:55.400] to, you know, subsection B, but doesn't it, doesn't it start at the beginning? I mean,
[01:42:55.400 --> 01:43:05.560] that's part of the statute is the definition. Well, the definitions in the statutes are how
[01:43:05.560 --> 01:43:15.000] you properly read and interpret the statutes. Okay. That being said, is that,
[01:43:15.000 --> 01:43:26.120] is that an avenue I need to go down, or should I, and I'm so glad that I, that I called and I
[01:43:26.120 --> 01:43:31.800]  haven't talked in a long time. And it's not that I don't listen to anything, but I've been kind
[01:43:31.800 --> 01:43:36.520] of just trying to gather information and I'm very glad that you bought. Uh-oh. I hear it. Yeah. I'll
[01:43:36.520 --> 01:43:40.600] wait. Yeah. Hang on just a second. We'll cover the rest of this in the last segment here. Okay?

[01:46:21.960 --> 01:46:43.480] All right folks, we are back. This is rule of law radio. We are now in the last segment of the
[01:46:43.480 --> 01:46:50.520] show and we are talking with Jay in Texas. Jay, in the property code, there are only four definition
[01:46:50.520 --> 01:46:56.920] of persons with any relevance and each one of them is isolated to a specific subtitle or chapter
[01:46:56.920 --> 01:47:02.840] within the code that has absolutely nothing to do with your personal property, your private property.
[01:47:04.840 --> 01:47:12.040] So correct, okay. Now that would mean that outside of those chapters or titles,
[01:47:12.040 --> 01:47:22.440] the definition in 311.05 is controlling and thus it means legal entities and no one else
[01:47:22.440 --> 01:47:30.360] because that is what is listed in chapter 311, only legal entities. It does not contain the term
[01:47:30.360 --> 01:47:37.480] individual. In the property tax code or in the property code rather, and look at the property tax
[01:47:37.480 --> 01:47:44.600] code, part of the tax code, but the property code, the four sections where a person is defined
[01:47:44.600 --> 01:47:53.400] are limited to trust, certain fiduciary capabilities and so on and so forth. There's only four.
[01:47:56.600 --> 01:48:05.640] It is, it is, it is, it just screams out that we're not talking about an individual.
[01:48:05.640 --> 01:48:10.840] You're not. You're not talking about privately owned non-commercial property. You are in fact
[01:48:10.840 --> 01:48:19.320] talking only about commercial owned property. Correct. Even though residential, they, as a
[01:48:19.320 --> 01:48:26.760] commercial term, they like, no, no, no, that's the problem. They are, they are calling your,
[01:48:26.760 --> 01:48:35.080] your private property residential when it is not. Residential is a hotel, a motel,
[01:48:36.680 --> 01:48:46.040] an extended stay place, but it is not a private home. Correct. Now, what I, what I understand
[01:48:46.040 --> 01:48:54.440] in my research so far is that I have to establish with their office because they are working on
[01:48:54.440 --> 01:49:03.960] the substantive practice that until I proclaim otherwise that, that they're going to see it
[01:49:03.960 --> 01:49:10.680] as a residential property unless I come forward and say that's not true, this is private property.
[01:49:10.680 --> 01:49:14.440] Yeah, but that's the shifting of the burden of proof right there. They're making a claim
[01:49:14.440 --> 01:49:20.360] that it is, they are the ones that are required to provide proof that it is, not you, to the
[01:49:20.360 --> 01:49:25.640] contrary. Now, aren't they going to go into their records and say here it is right here?
[01:49:26.360 --> 01:49:31.000] And then you're going to say which one of you falsified that record to reflect private property
[01:49:31.000 --> 01:49:36.520] as residential property? Who established that this was residential property? Which person in
[01:49:36.520 --> 01:49:45.800] this office made that determination? It wasn't me. I didn't do it. So which one of you did it? It's
[01:49:45.800 --> 01:49:55.080] your record. Now, doesn't this come down to, I'm going to have to file a lawsuit against that.
[01:49:55.080 --> 01:49:59.000] Yes, it always comes down to that. That's exactly how they've rigged the system.
[01:49:59.800 --> 01:50:06.280]  Exactly. Okay. I just want to be clear on that because as I, I, I, I, I hope you realize I've
[01:50:06.280 --> 01:50:13.880] called in, called in by the support. I'd rather spend my money on the paperwork and all the other
[01:50:13.880 --> 01:50:21.560] boogly boo that goes with a lawsuit than give the money to them. And I have called their office and
[01:50:21.560 --> 01:50:25.400] I put them on the spot and I'm glad you brought up the March season because he's the one that's
[01:50:25.400 --> 01:50:31.240] kind of, you know, after talking to him, I kind of felt comfortable and I called in and I asked them,
[01:50:32.120 --> 01:50:38.520] you know, where, where's your proof that this is residential or commercial property?
[01:50:39.160 --> 01:50:43.480] And they said, well, the statute says, well, where's your proof that the statute even
[01:50:43.480 --> 01:50:50.520] applies to me? And it was that circular logic because we say so and I never got an answer out of
[01:50:50.520 --> 01:50:57.080] that. And you won't. That's exactly my point. You won't. And I never heard back from anybody
[01:50:57.080 --> 01:51:03.720] and I said, okay, I can, you know, I'm good with that, you know, for now. At least now I know that
[01:51:03.720 --> 01:51:13.640] the incompetence runs very deep in that, that genre, you know. So, but it is going to boil down
[01:51:13.640 --> 01:51:21.240] to, to ease them. Yes. Always does. Will I be offered, will I be offered a jury trial,
[01:51:21.240 --> 01:51:27.560] be that it, is that civil? You're, you're the plaintiff. Either one of you can elect that it
[01:51:27.560 --> 01:51:37.560] be settled before a jury. Well, there again, you do run the risk. You know, juries are,
[01:51:38.120 --> 01:51:43.960] they're basically indoctrinated in brain. Yeah, which is exactly why you want to take
[01:51:43.960 --> 01:51:49.000] and apply this to property owners for jury members, not non-property owners.
[01:51:49.960 --> 01:51:54.760] Right, exactly. You, you want, you want those that will realize that, hey, if he doesn't have to,
[01:51:54.760 --> 01:52:03.960] then I shouldn't have to either. And possibly open that door, which obviously the courts don't
[01:52:03.960 --> 01:52:10.040] want. You're cutting off revenue. I just got through and read just what you're doing right now.
[01:52:10.040 --> 01:52:18.440] And it's, you know, one guy that was trying to, trying to beat you up. I don't know the guy's name,
[01:52:18.440 --> 01:52:26.040] but, you know, he was kind of questioning what you're doing with the, with the 42 and the 1983.
[01:52:26.040 --> 01:52:31.800] And, you know, you'll go fund me. And it really, you know, it was just more information that I
[01:52:31.800 --> 01:52:37.880] needed to kind of move forward. Because this is as important to me as what you're doing. And I
[01:52:37.880 --> 01:52:45.320] know that what you're doing, when you're successful, it's going to, it's going to break down the walls.
[01:52:45.320 --> 01:52:52.840]  And I'm, I'm 100% behind you. And I kind of feel it, you know, I'm, I'm, I'm going in the direction
[01:52:52.840 --> 01:52:58.840] of the property tax. Because this gets to feel legal as the transportation issues that we're
[01:52:58.840 --> 01:53:07.640] dealing with. Yeah, it's, it's, it's all rigged the same way. As far as the process goes, it's
[01:53:07.640 --> 01:53:12.840] all intended to get you embroiled in the battle and make it where you can't afford to concentrate
[01:53:12.840 --> 01:53:19.880] on anything else. And they simply out, outlast you on money and time and resources that that's
[01:53:19.880 --> 01:53:25.720] exactly how it's designed to work. Yeah. And, and, you know, when you bring up lawsuits, juries,
[01:53:25.720 --> 01:53:33.160] trials, and, or anybody does that matter, I don't want to page and hold you put it on you.
[01:53:33.160 --> 01:53:39.720] But, you know, you know, there's jury tampering and, you know, they're not above themselves.
[01:53:39.720 --> 01:53:48.600] They will suit you any level. And it's such a volatile arena that you're stepping into.
[01:53:50.280 --> 01:53:56.840] And I praise you for what you're doing. I really do. And I'm almost there, you know,
[01:53:56.840 --> 01:54:01.160]  because I own my house outright. I don't have a mortgage company. Thank goodness.
[01:54:01.160 --> 01:54:07.240] I don't have to deal with that aspect of it. And so it truly is my property.
[01:54:07.240 --> 01:54:12.440]  I'm not indebted to a bank or anything. That's a whole other, you know.
[01:54:15.160 --> 01:54:21.960] So I heard you say earlier about the original, the 1925 enactment.
[01:54:23.320 --> 01:54:26.440] Is that somewhere I should go look as far as property tax?
[01:54:26.440 --> 01:54:30.920] They can be found online. And if you have the seminar material, they're in the resources folder.
[01:54:32.040 --> 01:54:33.800] Should be in the resources folder, at least.
[01:54:33.800 --> 01:54:45.080] Okay. Well, yeah, you're probably not going to have time to take anybody else. Maybe somebody's
[01:54:45.080 --> 01:54:47.800] got six minutes. No, there's nobody else on the board.
[01:54:49.000 --> 01:54:54.760] All right. Well, I called earlier and it was all tied up. And I know how this thing works. And so,
[01:54:54.760 --> 01:54:57.560] you know, I just figured I'd just keep trying. I was glad I got through.
[01:54:57.560 --> 01:55:08.200] Anyway, you know, I praise you for what you're doing. You know, people who jump in and go and
[01:55:08.200 --> 01:55:16.440] make comments without knowing your background. You know, I mean, your credibility lies in your
[01:55:16.440 --> 01:55:24.280] background and that and, you know, your research. And I was interested that, you know,
[01:55:24.280 --> 01:55:29.800] that Mark Stevens kind of came at when they said physically in California or physically.
[01:55:31.320 --> 01:55:40.600] And I hold a lot of merit on that. And I'm not trying to send anybody out of your realm,
[01:55:41.480 --> 01:55:45.000] but they do kind of follow hand to hand, don't they?
[01:55:45.000 --> 01:55:51.720] Well, they do, yes and no. I've got a presentation I'm trying to put together. I've got to get a
[01:55:51.720 --> 01:55:56.360] video made for it and everything because it's going to require a video to convey the information
[01:55:56.360 --> 01:56:06.600] properly. Just writing it won't do the job. But basically, it's not about the state of California.
[01:56:07.480 --> 01:56:14.360] It is about the difference between the state of California or the state of Texas or the state
[01:56:14.360 --> 01:56:26.200] of Maryland versus this state. They are not the same thing. They are not at all the same entity.
[01:56:27.800 --> 01:56:39.160] And I can prove this statutorily speaking and logically speaking, but it's doing it in a way
[01:56:39.160 --> 01:56:45.880] that the comparison and the proof isn't lost on the viewer that makes it difficult.
[01:56:46.600 --> 01:56:51.880] Because there is a particular way I've gotten mine to describe this that so far,
[01:56:51.880 --> 01:56:57.480] everyone I've used it on has understood the first time instantly what I was talking about.
[01:56:58.040 --> 01:57:05.000] So obviously, that presentation style works. So that's what I want, but I've got to get it
[01:57:05.000 --> 01:57:11.000] into a video format because I can't stand there in person and explain it to everybody like I did
[01:57:11.000 --> 01:57:19.000] these people. Well, you have to kind of do, you have to do a chart. Well, it's not a chart. It's
[01:57:19.000 --> 01:57:25.960] actually a full blown animated video. The video's going to have to have specific animations in it
[01:57:25.960 --> 01:57:32.120] that allow me to put up on the screen a visible representation of what I'm talking about
[01:57:32.120 --> 01:57:38.840] and actually shows you how it interconnects and moves together and so on and so forth so that
[01:57:38.840 --> 01:57:48.120] you can see why the logic is sound. Well, there it is. Well, Eddie, thank you. Thank you
[01:57:48.120 --> 01:57:54.120] a thousand times. You know, I just wish, you know, when you listen to this, I listen to the show
[01:57:54.120 --> 01:58:02.120] and you've got people out there that just don't get it. They want to keep pumping this piece of that stuff.
[01:58:02.120 --> 01:58:06.120] We've got to get rid of that. Yeah, we've got to start using our heads and not just look for the
[01:58:06.120 --> 01:58:12.120] shortcuts to say it don't apply because the system doesn't care if you think it applies or not.
[01:58:12.120 --> 01:58:16.120] They're going to use it against you until you make them see they can't.
[01:58:16.120 --> 01:58:18.120]  But wait, it's in capital letters.
[01:58:18.120 --> 01:58:23.120] Exactly. Screw you can be written in capital letters too is what I try to tell them.
[01:58:23.120 --> 01:58:28.120] Oh, God. All right. Well listen, have a great night and thanks for taking my call.
