[01:40.760 --> 01:45.880]  The statement most likely directed towards 20-year-old James Alex Fields, Jr., of Mommy,
[01:45.880 --> 01:50.400]  Ohio, who was caught on multiple cell phone cameras plowing through a crowd of protesters
[01:50.400 --> 01:55.040]  with his vehicle, where one woman lost her life and many more were injured.
[01:55.040 --> 01:58.880]  President Trump went on to say, quote, as I have said many times before, no matter the
[01:58.880 --> 02:01.720]  color of our skin, we live under the same laws.

[04:57.840 --> 05:05.040]  I spoke last week about going to a traffic hearing and how well that worked out, the
[05:05.040 --> 05:12.680]  judge actually said he could use some of my arguments in his private practice, and that
[05:12.680 --> 05:18.080]  was a good sign because he didn't say that until after he read the pleadings, so that
[05:18.080 --> 05:27.240]  tells me that the pleadings are well accepted by lawyers, you know, I send pleadings to
[05:27.240 --> 05:34.080]  a lot of people, but most of those people are, for the most part, prosaic litigants.
[05:34.080 --> 05:41.520]  So I don't get much feedback from lawyers except for prosecutors who are getting my
[05:41.520 --> 05:46.600]  pleadings stuffed down their throats, and it's their job to tell us how much, how big
[05:46.600 --> 05:52.120]  a piece of garbage they are, so I don't get much positive feedback, so I was real pleased
[05:52.120 --> 06:03.920]  to see that a lawyer in an adversarial position looked at them and found them at least credible.
[06:03.920 --> 06:10.640]  So that's encouraging, we'll keep this going, the phone lines have filled up very quickly,

[07:30.480 --> 07:38.320]  about it, when I went to a little warrant hearing because of a video that you posted
[07:38.320 --> 07:49.200]  online, so anyhow he wants, I had to remove a video off the YouTube channel, so I was
[07:49.200 --> 07:56.520]  wondering that sure doesn't sound like it's legal, he can order somebody to do that, as
[07:56.520 --> 08:03.280]  a matter of fact it's not, and I meant to get to him today but with this move I got
[08:03.280 --> 08:10.400]  too tied up, so if you'll remind me with an email Monday morning, I'll call the judge
[08:10.400 --> 08:15.200]  and tell him that I want to send a camera crew down there and videotape the contempt
[08:15.200 --> 08:22.920]  hearing, yeah, and then when they jack they'll say well you know under turner driver I have
[08:22.920 --> 08:32.360]  the right to do that, are you sure you want to deny me the right to a public court, that
[08:32.360 --> 08:39.960]  will kind of give him a heads up, so he doesn't do anything really stupid, he's probably, this
[08:39.960 --> 08:46.480]  is the same judgey suit isn't it, yeah I filed a lawsuit against him the day before
[08:46.480 --> 08:54.440]  I went to the warrant hearing and I was going to give him a courtesy copy, but since he
[08:54.440 --> 09:03.960]  got real skittish right off the bat soon as somebody, Jody handed a bailiff a note that
[09:03.960 --> 09:11.000]  he wanted to record the proceedings that triggered him, and he was like is this the case where
[09:11.000 --> 09:17.280]  I was called a quizzling and put on the internet, and oh my gosh he just pulled off the handle
[09:17.280 --> 09:26.400]  of the word quizzling, it just tore him up, did you really call the judge a quizzling,
[09:26.400 --> 09:35.120]  I didn't call the judge a quizzling, I called the chief of police a quizzling, I told him
[09:35.120 --> 09:42.080]  that, I said I'm not calling you a quizzling, I didn't call this court a quizzling, who
[09:42.080 --> 09:49.920]  are you calling a quizzling, I called the chief of police a quizzling, you feel better,
[09:49.920 --> 09:55.520]  I need to come up here and edit that document, I had a criminal complaint against the mayor
[09:55.520 --> 10:01.560]  during the trial, and they didn't realize I snuck a criminal complaint in on the mayor,
[10:01.560 --> 10:05.920]  and it was in the back of all my motions, they don't pay attention to none of that stuff
[10:05.920 --> 10:11.560]  right, we had to dig that out, and then when he started to get a criminal complaint, that's
[10:11.560 --> 10:17.760]  where he started to read across the word quizzling, he just came on hinge, and that's when he
[10:17.760 --> 10:20.800]  was gone, he was gone.
[10:20.800 --> 10:26.920]  So did he convene an examining trial based on your criminal complaint?
[10:26.920 --> 10:39.360]  Well of course not, that's too bad, only a quizzling would do a thing like that, oh no
[10:39.360 --> 10:46.080]  here's what a quizzling would do, did he order to be up there to edit the document, an actual
[10:46.080 --> 10:52.400]  criminal complaint to edit it to say that I'm not calling him a quizzling and initial it,
[10:52.400 --> 10:57.560]  so now he's ordering me to tamper with a government record, so he's tampering with
[10:57.560 --> 11:01.280]  a government record.
[11:01.280 --> 11:08.480]  Make sure we get them all filed, it'll be interesting to see what he does, I suspect
[11:08.480 --> 11:13.600]  by now he's aware that you sued him.
[11:13.600 --> 11:21.880]  Yes, he should have his currency copied via the mail.

[11:43.560 --> 11:50.160]  about rule of law radio, but then the only way they know is if they listen to a radio.
[11:50.160 --> 11:57.720]  Well the reason I said it is he might be listening, he might be now, yeah he might find out what's
[11:57.720 --> 12:09.800]  coming at him, how dumb what he did was, yeah I mean you know he just thought he was just
[12:09.800 --> 12:17.000]  going to run over everybody and he did exactly what he's been doing since 1979, that's what
[12:17.000 --> 12:18.000]  he said.
[12:18.000 --> 12:23.880]  I've been doing this since 1979, at the end of it he's like, why are you targeting me?
[12:23.880 --> 12:29.480]  I was like, I feel like I was targeted by the officer and the whole thing was that was
[12:29.480 --> 12:35.720]  the city where the cop actually said I could get shot in the head for exercising my constitutional
[12:35.720 --> 12:36.720]  right.
[12:36.720 --> 12:42.600]  They were hanging out across the street waiting for me to wiggle, I called 9-1-1 on them and
[12:42.600 --> 12:49.080]  they wouldn't give me the tape when I did a 5-52 request to get it so as evidence to
[12:49.080 --> 12:53.800]  go before trial, they wouldn't give me all that information, that's when I made a criminal
[12:53.800 --> 13:02.840]  complaint against the mayor and that's where Quisling came in and started this whole procedure.
[13:02.840 --> 13:13.440]  Well Monday should be interesting and then I get to go to range Tuesday morning for my
[13:13.440 --> 13:20.680]  trial out there and I've been wearing them out with all kinds of paperwork and judicial
[13:20.680 --> 13:28.080]  conducts and I'm too close to share probably at least five or maybe six times, he doesn't
[13:28.080 --> 13:36.280]  even know who the heck I am and he's been just too close to the wall and back so I plaster
[13:36.280 --> 13:42.920]  him with some paperwork so they're going to label you a paper terrorist.
[13:42.920 --> 13:46.960]  Oh my gosh, yeah, because I made complaints.
[13:46.960 --> 13:53.360]  Yeah, you've got a lot of gall come filing an official complaint against them and the
[13:53.360 --> 13:59.240]  fact that they've done that before tells me that these complaints are really, really
[13:59.240 --> 14:05.600]  effective, that it does terrify them.
[14:05.600 --> 14:13.280]  Well here's what's really interesting on that because I did a 202 request to the district
[14:13.280 --> 14:23.120]  judge, a request for a 202 to depose the clerks so I could go for discovery because I've
[14:23.120 --> 14:28.160]  turned in all the paperwork and everything and for discovery and all that, I haven't
[14:28.160 --> 14:30.240]  gotten any discovery or anything.
[14:30.240 --> 14:37.560]  I mean, the cop had quit six months ago after I too close to him a couple of times and then
[14:37.560 --> 14:42.840]  I called to get his badge number and they said he quit or he's gone or fired or whatever,
[14:42.840 --> 14:43.840]  who knows.
[14:43.840 --> 14:48.480]  But even when you go out there to their little hearing, I even told them, I thought they're
[14:48.480 --> 14:53.280]  an anger cop, quit, you don't even have a case and they're like, we're just for trial.
[14:53.280 --> 14:57.080]  And I was like, whatever y'all do, whatever y'all do, I can't tell you what to do now.
[14:57.080 --> 14:58.880]  I mean, get grief.
[14:58.880 --> 15:04.760]  It was just, oh man, it's amazing.
[15:04.760 --> 15:09.680]  So when they come to trial, they'll just have that much more coming at them.
[15:09.680 --> 15:16.640]  Oh yeah, because I filed so much paperwork in that little old town, they'd never seen
[15:16.640 --> 15:19.760]  that much paperwork before in their life.
[15:19.760 --> 15:29.600]  Okay, we're getting close to the point where we need to put together a fill in the blanks,
[15:29.600 --> 15:39.760]  malpractice suit against the prosecutor, a lawsuit against the judge and the police officers
[15:39.760 --> 15:42.600]  and start cranking those things out.
[15:42.600 --> 15:49.720]  Well, I pretty well got a template because I filed one against the municipal judge, prosecutor
[15:49.720 --> 15:55.800]  and cop of Mesquite, so all three of them got one and just Thursday, I went and filed
[15:55.800 --> 16:02.680]  a state case on the Paterson judge for the original case when I got my window smashed
[16:02.680 --> 16:03.680]  out.
[16:03.680 --> 16:10.400]  And he wouldn't let me have, he wouldn't let me speak in a hearing, in emotions here
[16:10.400 --> 16:14.520]  and basically told me to shut up and say, you don't know the law and you can't speak
[16:14.520 --> 16:18.360]  the law and shut up and told his bailiffs to come over and, you know, they're going
[16:18.360 --> 16:25.320]  to start attacking and all this stuff and emotions denied that were reset for trial.
[16:25.320 --> 16:31.280]  So I went ahead and filed a case on him Thursday just to let him know I was thinking about
[16:31.280 --> 16:32.280]  it.
[16:32.280 --> 16:39.840]  Well, I'm looking forward to some action on these cases.

[19:49.800 --> 19:57.800]  that was supposed to be on Tuesday, I want to put a motion in to reset the hearing until
[19:57.800 --> 20:05.800]  after the district judge makes a determination if I get to depose the clerks because then
[20:05.800 --> 20:12.800]  that's when I want to, I would like to go back and then go before that district judge
[20:12.800 --> 20:19.800]  and have that hearing to see if I can get permission to depose the clerks.
[20:19.800 --> 20:24.800]  Now you know that district judge is going to be throwing roadblocks up and asking all
[20:24.800 --> 20:32.800]  kinds of goofy questions so my question is like, I wonder what would be a good couple
[20:32.800 --> 20:40.800]  of statements to argue for wanting to depose the clerk?
[20:40.800 --> 20:46.800]  Yeah, why are you going to the district clerk?
[20:46.800 --> 20:51.800]  Do you have any documents filed that you can't locate?
[20:51.800 --> 20:59.800]  Do you have any reason to believe that the clerk has done anything that you can stinger for?
[20:59.800 --> 21:11.800]  Well, because there was no examining trial and so there is no 17.30.
[21:11.800 --> 21:23.800]  Okay, you want to find out from the clerk how a criminal prosecution is initiated when
[21:23.800 --> 21:31.800]  there is no fine probable cause under 16.17.
[21:31.800 --> 21:37.800]  Because there was no examining trial to forward those documents from, correct?
[21:37.800 --> 21:47.800]  Well, the primary documents that must be in there is the criminal accusation, verified
[21:47.800 --> 21:59.800]  from Lafa David and an order from a magistrate finding probable cause under 16.17.
[21:59.800 --> 22:03.800]  Where is that?
[22:03.800 --> 22:15.800]  And because if there isn't one within 48 hours, then you have a right to dismissal by statute.
[22:15.800 --> 22:22.800]  Right, so they don't have those documents to proceed forward.
[22:22.800 --> 22:32.800]  So who gives them the authority to proceed absent these documents?
[22:32.800 --> 22:42.800]  Yeah, if I come in there and I say I want you to initiate a prosecution against Joe Blow over here.
[22:42.800 --> 22:44.800]  Or a cop.
[22:44.800 --> 22:50.800]  How is a prosecution initiated in the district court?
[22:50.800 --> 22:54.800]  It doesn't start, obviously it doesn't start with a district judge.
[22:54.800 --> 22:57.800]  It starts with the district clerk.
[22:57.800 --> 23:06.800]  So what must the clerk have by law in order to initiate a criminal prosecution?
[23:06.800 --> 23:10.800]  Have you looked at the public record?
[23:10.800 --> 23:18.800]  Have you looked at the cases to see if there is actually a criminal complaint in the record?
[23:18.800 --> 23:21.800]  I've got pictures.
[23:21.800 --> 23:30.800]  There was only three documents that was in the whole file when that went up there the first time.
[23:30.800 --> 23:34.800]  So they were real janky.
[23:34.800 --> 23:42.800]  And I think what they may have probably isn't sufficient.
[23:42.800 --> 23:46.800]  Okay, what documents were in there?
[23:46.800 --> 23:49.800]  I don't recall.
[23:49.800 --> 23:54.800]  And to try to find them and pull them up, we take too much of the airtime to kind of dig around with it.
[23:54.800 --> 23:59.800]  I'll look for it over the weekend and see what I can find.
[23:59.800 --> 24:04.800]  That'll be something you definitely know.
[24:04.800 --> 24:10.800]  The main thing we're looking for is a criminal complaint.
[24:10.800 --> 24:19.800]  Okay, go back and read Texas Code of Criminal Procedure 204, 5, and 6.
[24:19.800 --> 24:25.800]  That tells a prosecutor how a prosecutor initiates a prosecution.
[24:25.800 --> 24:30.800]  And a prosecutor receives a complaint. These are the things he's supposed to do.
[24:30.800 --> 24:36.800]  But a prosecution doesn't necessarily initiate with a prosecutor.
[24:36.800 --> 24:42.800]  It's intended to initiate with a magistrate.
[24:42.800 --> 24:49.800]  So you're going to want to see these documents that are referenced by 14,
[24:49.800 --> 24:58.800]  Chapter 14, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Chapter 14, 16, and 17.
[24:58.800 --> 25:00.800]  Where are these documents?
[25:00.800 --> 25:08.800]  Where is the sealed envelope you received from the magistrate as required by 17.30?
[25:08.800 --> 25:11.800]  And the judge has a hearing.
[25:11.800 --> 25:16.800]  These are some questions that are valid questions right out of the code.
[25:16.800 --> 25:21.800]  As a matter of fact, before you get there, probably Sunday,
[25:21.800 --> 25:29.800]  give me a call and we will generate a set of questions to ask specific questions.

[27:51.800 --> 28:01.800]  Okay, I think I remember now it was an HSBC is the one doing the foreclosure. Is that correct?

[28:06.800 --> 28:09.800]  Now say what you just said again because it didn't come through.
[28:09.800 --> 28:17.800]  Okay, is HSBC the entity that's doing the foreclosure?
[28:17.800 --> 28:24.800]  Well, that's what I sent to the documents for. To me, all those documents are all Greek and I don't know.
[28:24.800 --> 28:31.800]  Who filed a notice of acceleration?
[28:31.800 --> 28:38.800]  Well, I can't answer that. I know it was probably HSBC, but I really don't know that for sure.
[28:38.800 --> 28:45.800]  Okay, if you have the document, it's at the bottom of the document. Somebody signed it.
[28:45.800 --> 28:52.800]  Well, here, hold on. I forgot the document.
[28:52.800 --> 29:06.800]  For everybody else, what I'm trying to find out is if the same entity that wrote the mortgage is the entity that's claiming to now hold the mortgage and are foreclosing.

[29:09.800 --> 29:29.800]  That's the only time that I go to a securities audit because then I want to be able to show that the bank who claims to the entity that claims to have standing to foreclose may not and there may be transactions that they haven't revealed.

[29:31.800 --> 29:38.800]  Okay, now what is the situation that's good for the homeowner and bad for the bank again?
[29:38.800 --> 29:46.800]  Yeah, if there's someone other than the original bank doing the foreclosure.
[29:46.800 --> 29:59.800]  And then we look in the public record to see if there is a direct chain of title from the original lender to the entity now claiming.

[33:54.800 --> 34:01.800]  I never understood why they file an assignment where they assign a mortgage to themselves.
[34:01.800 --> 34:08.800]  And a mortgage they already held.
[34:08.800 --> 34:13.800]  But this will take some time to go through.
[34:13.800 --> 34:14.800]  Here's another assignment.
[34:14.800 --> 34:20.800]  HSBC, executed by Virginia, mortgage electronic registration.
[34:20.800 --> 34:21.800]  Who's it go to?
[34:21.800 --> 34:26.800]  Mortgage recorded.
[34:26.800 --> 34:31.800]  I don't want to do this on the air.
[34:31.800 --> 34:32.800]  Okay.
[34:32.800 --> 34:36.800]  I'm not seeing any foreign names here.
[34:36.800 --> 34:40.800]  This is another HSBC mortgage corp.
[34:40.800 --> 34:43.800]  It's filed by HSBC Mortgage Corp.
[34:43.800 --> 34:47.800]  And it's assigned to HSBC Mortgage Corp.
[34:47.800 --> 34:50.800]  Now that indicates there's backside activity.
[34:50.800 --> 35:01.800]  What that indicates to me is that the mortgage changed hands, but the servicer stayed the same.
[35:01.800 --> 35:06.800]  And when they file the assignment, they assign it essentially to the servicer.
[35:06.800 --> 35:16.800]  So we can be certain that HSBC negotiated the note into a trust.
[35:16.800 --> 35:21.800]  But HSBC stayed the service for the whole time.
[35:21.800 --> 35:26.800]  So they appear to always be the holder.
[35:26.800 --> 35:32.800]  And this is the kind of case that I think I told you this once before after I looked at it.
[35:32.800 --> 35:37.800]  That this is the kind of case where you tend to need the securities on it.
[35:37.800 --> 35:56.800]  So we can see where that note went to because the mortgage requires that the lender give notice to the borrower of any change in beneficial interest in the mortgage.
[35:56.800 --> 35:58.800]  And then we can make claims on that.
[35:58.800 --> 36:03.800]  And here's the deal about foreclosure.
[36:03.800 --> 36:10.800]  It certainly appears that the banks have the judges bought and paid for.
[36:10.800 --> 36:16.800]  So you can expect the judge to rule against you out of hand at every turn.
[36:16.800 --> 36:21.800]  We're not going to win the case by law.
[36:21.800 --> 36:33.800]  After helping over 700 people file foreclosure actions, that has become clear it doesn't make any difference what you file.
[36:33.800 --> 36:36.800]  The courts are going to rule against you no matter what.
[36:36.800 --> 36:38.800]  They've been paid to do so.
[36:38.800 --> 36:40.800]  So what do we do?
[36:40.800 --> 36:44.800]  Well, we see how much money we can cost the other side.
[36:44.800 --> 36:49.800]  Now, if a lawyer did that, they'd pull his bar cart.
[36:49.800 --> 36:52.800]  Well, I think try to pull my bar card if they want to.
[36:52.800 --> 36:54.800]  Good luck on that.
[36:54.800 --> 37:00.800]  I don't come into court dangling by my bar card.
[37:00.800 --> 37:06.800]  So what we need to do is find some claims that we can make.
[37:06.800 --> 37:13.800]  And here we have HSBC doing an assignment from HSBC to HSBC.
[37:13.800 --> 37:20.800]  And what that says to me is the mortgage changed hands to a different holder.
[37:20.800 --> 37:24.800]  The different holder kept the same servicer.
[37:24.800 --> 37:36.800]  And so the new holder assigned the mortgage to his servicer, which is the same one that was the servicer for the other party.
[37:36.800 --> 37:39.800]  Am I making sense, John?
[37:39.800 --> 37:43.800]  So far, I'm not getting a complete picture, but I can sort of follow it.
[37:43.800 --> 37:51.800]  Okay, you got this one trust over here holding this mortgage and their servicer is HSBC.
[37:51.800 --> 37:56.800]  And then they sell the mortgage to somebody else.
[37:56.800 --> 38:05.800]  And this new purchaser receives the mortgage and then they need to assign it to their servicer.
[38:05.800 --> 38:09.800]  Well, it just happens that they both they're both the same company.
[38:09.800 --> 38:18.800]  So there's a filing in there from HSBC to HSBC and on the surface, it doesn't make sense.
[38:18.800 --> 38:27.800]  But if it's being sold in the background, the actual true and bona fide holder is hiding back there in the background.
[38:27.800 --> 38:35.800]  And they want to make sure they have assigned the mortgage to their servicer.
[38:35.800 --> 38:37.800]  That's why we get them changed.
[38:37.800 --> 38:39.800]  So that's evidence that it's been sold.
[38:39.800 --> 38:41.800]  But we don't have any direct evidence.
[38:41.800 --> 38:44.800]  We only have an implication.
[38:44.800 --> 38:48.800]  Now we need a securities audit.
[38:48.800 --> 38:58.800]  The securities audit be done at cost or is this a cost money or oh yeah, oh yeah, it costs money.
[38:58.800 --> 38:59.800]  Okay.
[38:59.800 --> 39:03.800]  Different people charge different amounts.
[39:03.800 --> 39:10.800]  And the only person I know who does them is Joe Esquivel, but I haven't heard from him in a long time.
[39:10.800 --> 39:13.800]  So I'm not sure what he's doing right now.
[39:13.800 --> 39:20.800]  Have you ever heard of a man called Clay Owens and the organization was and they're getting it changed.

[40:23.800 --> 40:32.800]  Well, I don't quite follow you, but it needs to be written like a lawsuit.

[41:32.800 --> 41:39.800]  I think against, he's all over the Internet with a case I believe he's filed against Citibank.
[41:39.800 --> 41:43.800]  And it tells about the case that he filed against Citibank.
[41:43.800 --> 41:46.800]  And I guess he's in litigation right now.
[41:46.800 --> 41:51.800]  Go to Pacer. Is it a federal case?

[41:53.800 --> 42:00.800]  Okay, find out where it's filed at and go to the court and get what he's filed.

[43:11.800 --> 43:20.800]  When you read their answer, if their answer sounds like horse manure, that tells you he has a real good pleading.
[43:20.800 --> 43:34.800]  If the answer goes in and rips his argument to shreds with case law and with statute and case law, then you might look more closely at what he's doing.
[43:34.800 --> 43:39.800]  Right, right, gotcha. So if it's going to hold water, then he's doing something right.

[50:47.800 --> 50:55.800]  And Colorado is unusual in this respect because you send it to the Supreme Court.

[50:59.800 --> 51:00.800]  No, you send it.
[51:00.800 --> 51:01.800]  That's where it's directed to.
[51:01.800 --> 51:02.800]  Okay.
[51:02.800 --> 51:07.800]  But if you contact the state bar, they're going to lie to you until you should send it
[51:07.800 --> 51:08.800]  to them.
[51:08.800 --> 51:09.800]  Okay.
[51:09.800 --> 51:13.800]  And that is simply not true.
[51:13.800 --> 51:21.800]  So you make up the bar grievance and go to, oh, I need to check and see if my bar grievance
[51:21.800 --> 51:27.800]  site is up, but go to the American Bar Association and look up.
[51:27.800 --> 51:34.800]  They have the full text of the model bar standards.
[51:34.800 --> 51:39.800]  Every state but three has adopted these standards in Colorado.
[51:39.800 --> 51:41.800]  It was one of them.
[51:41.800 --> 51:47.800]  They've adopted the standards and looks like a whole bunch of stuff, but you only care
[51:47.800 --> 51:50.800]  about the first two chapters.
[51:50.800 --> 51:54.800]  You can go through them relatively quickly.
[51:54.800 --> 51:57.800]  And it'll read like a comic book.
[51:57.800 --> 52:00.800]  You'll be giggling and laughing the whole way through.
[52:00.800 --> 52:06.800]  You will not believe all of the things you can grieve this lawyer for.
[52:06.800 --> 52:10.800]  Are these the same as the rules of professional conduct?
[52:10.800 --> 52:14.800]  Yes, they are the rules of professional conduct.

[52:15.800 --> 52:23.800]  And then if the lawyer is a prosecutor, look up the American Bar Association standards
[52:23.800 --> 52:28.800]  for the prosecutorial function or send me an email.

[52:32.800 --> 52:37.800]  I have them in a set of questionnaire formats.

[53:28.800 --> 53:33.800]  Now on the Supreme Court website of Colorado, it says that I need to file by telephone,

[53:34.800 --> 53:35.800]  Is that correct?

[53:37.800 --> 53:39.800]  Send it by writing.
[53:39.800 --> 53:41.800]  They don't want anything hard.
[53:41.800 --> 53:46.800]  They're doing everything they can to keep these out of the hands of insurance companies.

[54:35.800 --> 54:42.800]  The state dipped in to your tax funds and gave them to this lawyer.

[54:46.800 --> 54:54.800]  He's dipping into your pocket and you have a right to expect fair and honest services.

[54:58.800 --> 55:07.800]  So send it to the Supreme, certified mail return receipt, and let them respond however

[55:16.800 --> 55:25.800]  The lawyer must give notice to his insurance carrier anytime anything occurs for which
[55:25.800 --> 55:31.800]  he could possibly be subject to liability.
[55:31.800 --> 55:41.800]  If he doesn't and he gets sued and the insurance company looks at this suit and says, well,
[55:41.800 --> 55:45.800]  he should have had notice that this was coming.
[55:45.800 --> 55:49.800]  And if he had noticed, we should have had notice.
[55:49.800 --> 55:53.800]  And since we don't have notice, you're not covered.
[55:53.800 --> 55:54.800]  Okay.
[55:54.800 --> 56:03.800]  It is the purpose of the insurance adjuster to find, figure out how to charge his clients
[56:03.800 --> 56:12.800]  as much money as possible and figure out how to keep from paying claims.

[56:17.800 --> 56:27.800]  He has to search for duty to, lawyer duty to give notice to insurance carrier.

[57:42.800 --> 57:48.800]  And it seems like they're just trying to keep her in and not release her.
[57:48.800 --> 57:54.800]  Is it appropriate for me to use this bar complaint or attorney complaint to put pressure on the
[57:54.800 --> 57:59.800]  attorney so that she'll just like stop messing around with her?

[01:04:51.960 --> 01:04:59.880]  So the way to win your case is to use your lawyer's relationship with opposing counsel

[01:05:34.160 --> 01:05:39.240]  If they get out of law school and they weren't the top of their class and a law firm doesn't
[01:05:39.240 --> 01:05:44.800]  pick them up, getting started in law is tough.
[01:05:44.800 --> 01:05:52.960]  So they go down and get put on the attorney wheel so they get court appointed counsel.
[01:05:52.960 --> 01:05:58.880]  Well if they don't do exactly what the judge and prosecutor wants them to do, they take
[01:05:58.880 --> 01:05:59.880]  them off the wheel.
[01:05:59.880 --> 01:06:02.280]  They don't give any more business.
[01:06:02.280 --> 01:06:07.920]  And when they do put these young lawyers on the attorney wheels, the judge and prosecutor
[01:06:07.920 --> 01:06:11.640]  kind of trains them and brings them along.
[01:06:11.640 --> 01:06:19.360]  So what you want to do is put your counsel in a pickle.
[01:06:19.360 --> 01:06:25.200]  You want him to be able to go to the judge and prosecutor and say, guys, you gave me

[01:09:33.240 --> 01:09:39.040]  You are an unacceptable risk, exact same thing with lawyers.

[01:09:45.680 --> 01:09:52.040]  And when you file a bar grievance against the lawyer, the lawyer is forbidden to mention

[01:09:53.040 --> 01:10:04.760]  Because the standards say you must adjudicate the grievance with the bar, not with the person
[01:10:04.760 --> 01:10:06.760]  who filed it.
[01:10:06.760 --> 01:10:10.440]  Because they're afraid that the lawyers would try to coerce and intimidate them.

[01:10:19.480 --> 01:10:27.880]  are grieving for that, and the judge, all judges must have an errors and omissions policy.

[01:10:34.840 --> 01:10:39.880]  And the more judicial conduct complaints they get, the higher the bond rating goes.

[01:10:49.440 --> 01:10:56.600]  The judges hate it when they get you to conduct a place, because they almost never do.
