[07:01.680 --> 07:05.680]  Where this consultant is meeting with a team of SWAT cops
[07:05.680 --> 07:08.680]  And telling them about why their image is so bad
[07:08.680 --> 07:13.680]  And the main reason is, is don't shoot the effing dog
[07:13.680 --> 07:17.680]  Okay, it's meant to be a humorous video
[07:17.680 --> 07:27.280]  But before the video had even graced the page for, you know, a couple of hours
[07:27.280 --> 07:33.680]  Someone commented on it, which either is a cop, has been a cop, or just completely supports the cops
[07:33.680 --> 07:35.680]  I don't know which one it is yet
[07:35.680 --> 07:40.880]  But the fact of the matter is she began direct criticisms of me personally
[07:40.880 --> 07:42.880]  And she knows nothing about me
[07:42.880 --> 07:45.880]  But let's go through this here for a second
[07:45.880 --> 07:52.880]  Her first comment on this was there's not a thing stopping Tal, which is me on Facebook
[07:52.880 --> 07:55.280]  From saddling up and showing how it's done
[07:55.280 --> 08:00.280]  Funny how easy it is to criticize and how hard it is to step up and actually do the job
[08:00.280 --> 08:06.280]  Well, this is what I mean about making comments without any information to support your opinion
[08:06.280 --> 08:13.680]  My response was I actually have done the job, both in the military and in the civilian world as a deputy sheriff
[08:13.680 --> 08:16.680]  Guess why I don't do that job anymore?
[08:16.680 --> 08:25.680]  That's right, because I don't condone or participate in the kind of behavior that has become the norm in the ranks of the American stormtroopers
[08:25.680 --> 08:33.680]  Is there anything else you would like to try and make into an insult and fantasy understanding rather than seeing the truth of things as they really are?
[08:33.680 --> 08:35.680]  She comes back with the following
[08:35.680 --> 08:43.680]  Assuming all departments are the same as the ones you work for is just wrong as those who tarnish the badge
[08:43.680 --> 08:46.680]  Again, and I had to reply
[08:46.680 --> 08:51.680]  I have an alternative suggestion as to what is wrong regardless of the department
[08:51.680 --> 08:59.680]  And that is when the so-called good cops start arresting and charging every bad cop no matter what their rank or position
[08:59.680 --> 09:04.680]  Then I'll actually start to believe that there are good cops and good departments
[09:04.680 --> 09:13.680]  Until then I am not assuming anything because you cannot point to a single department in this country where there is more than one officer working
[09:13.680 --> 09:21.680]  That does not have at least one or more dirty law enforcement officers that remain on the force and are not being charged for their crimes
[09:21.680 --> 09:29.680]  Because all the so-called good cops choose to remain silent and look the other way to protect the thin blue line and the code of silence
[09:29.680 --> 09:36.680]  That allows them to remain on the job and being paid when funds extorted from the people at the braille of a gun
[09:36.680 --> 09:42.680]  So don't presume to lecture me about what I know from experience to be true and not mere assumption
[09:42.680 --> 09:46.680]  Her response of course was just as ignorant as her initial response
[09:46.680 --> 09:55.680]  That is a failed argument and she offers no proof that it's a failed argument, the argument that I just made that there are no good cops
[09:55.680 --> 09:59.680]  In fact, the preponderance of the evidence is exactly the opposite of that
[09:59.680 --> 10:01.680]  So let me read it
[10:01.680 --> 10:03.680]  That is a failed argument
[10:03.680 --> 10:10.680]  First of all, who do you think investigates and provide evidence to prosecute those who choose criminality while wearing a badge?
[10:10.680 --> 10:12.680]  That's right, other leos
[10:12.680 --> 10:17.680]  Second of all, thinking a cop may be dirty is far different than proving it
[10:17.680 --> 10:27.680]  As if that is somehow, and this is me commenting, as if that is somehow a legitimate reasoning for their behavior or their criminality
[10:27.680 --> 10:32.680]  Being able to prove it rather than knowing it
[10:32.680 --> 10:36.680]  It's an idiotic argument she's attempting to make, nonetheless
[10:36.680 --> 10:45.680]  Thirdly, if a cop is just a citizen like the rest of us, they have the same rights that all citizens have to include innocence until proven guilty
[10:45.680 --> 10:48.680]  Equal treatment under the law and due process
[10:48.680 --> 10:54.680]  Something she forgets to think about is the fact that that's exactly what doesn't happen
[10:54.680 --> 11:02.680]  They have special rights and special privileges and special protections that the people do not have
[11:02.680 --> 11:07.680]  And they have no legitimate basis for having any of those things
[11:07.680 --> 11:18.680]  But she's trying to make that into a defense as if they're presumed to be equal with the rest of us when anybody with a brain knows that is not how it's working
[11:18.680 --> 11:25.680]  Now, this notion that all good cops look the other way is a particularly specious and vile falsehood
[11:25.680 --> 11:42.680]  Tau, you in particular were in a position to be the change you wanted to see. Instead, you chose to take the easy way out and quit while doing nothing more than spitting in the face of officers that serve with honor and integrity by using the broad brush of burnout and hatred against your former profession
[11:42.680 --> 11:53.680]  Again, absolutely clueless as to the facts of why I quit. She's once again offering up reasoning that she has no basis for
[11:53.680 --> 12:01.680]  This is the kind of illogical statements people are making where their opinion is somehow fact
[12:01.680 --> 12:07.680]  Even though everything in reality points to the contrary
[12:07.680 --> 12:10.680]  She goes on
[12:10.680 --> 12:17.680]  You may have looked the other way, but I didn't. Neither does the local department here in Rosswell
[12:17.680 --> 12:31.680]  I figured out that I really don't care whether a particular individual likes or doesn't like cops. I get extremely frustrated and disgusted with the increasing inability of people to sit down and actually think critically about any issue, let alone about law enforcement
[12:31.680 --> 12:44.680]  Thinking critically means being able to view things from all perspectives and considering the end result and unintended consequences of particular action, which they don't do
[12:44.680 --> 12:52.680]  Again, she is making a baseless assertion that the facts adamantly refute
[12:52.680 --> 12:58.680]  She wants her opinion to be a substitute for reality
[12:58.680 --> 13:01.680]  Now she goes on
[13:01.680 --> 13:05.680]  By the time I get to this, I go back and I respond to this
[13:05.680 --> 13:13.680]  Her comment, an officer enforcing a law you don't like or think is unconstitutional is not the same as being corrupt
[13:13.680 --> 13:18.680]  And I respond, actually, that is exactly what corruption and tyranny is
[13:18.680 --> 13:32.680]  An officer that agrees by the acceptance of the job to enforce any law or edict handed down to him by his or her superior when they should know that the edict is immoral and or unconstitutional
[13:32.680 --> 13:36.680]  Is the very foundation of corruption and tyranny
[13:36.680 --> 13:51.680]  If the officer doesn't know, understand or care that such orders are immoral and unconstitutional, then they are either incompetent or willing to betray us all and accept money for doing something they know is not right
[13:51.680 --> 14:03.680]  Every officer anywhere begins his or her career in law enforcement taking an oath to enforce any arbitrary dictate made by those that write the checks
[14:03.680 --> 14:10.680]  So let me ask you something while you sit upon your high horse and think you know everything about this better than anyone else
[14:10.680 --> 14:15.680]  Which officer are you saying is more moral and ethical and less corrupt?
[14:15.680 --> 14:21.680]  The one that knowingly and willingly abuses his or her power and authority and acts accordingly?
[14:21.680 --> 14:34.680]  Or the officer that knows and understands that what she or he is doing is actually wrong in more ways that it is right and still does it anyway because it's the law made by petty tyrants
[14:34.680 --> 14:47.680]  Because I think both are actually criminals. The latter just has the added feature of being a moral and ethical coward, which I am not and is part of the reason I don't do the job anymore
[14:47.680 --> 15:01.680]  You appear to be suffering from the same problem that all of these officers do and that is the false presumption that the laws and statutes being enacted and enforced are legitimate and applicable to the people in the first place
[15:01.680 --> 15:16.680]  And that you don't actually care if they are or not as long as someone tells you that they are so you feel justified in using force against another human being who more than likely has not harmed a single soul or piece of property
[15:16.680 --> 15:24.680]  You appear to be refusing to use your brain to seek understanding of why these so-called laws shouldn't be enforced
[15:24.680 --> 15:38.680]  But you put it into overdrive to try and create a justification that makes officers look like innocent victims of the same system who have no choice but to enforce them instead of the paid mercenary enforcers they actually are
[15:38.680 --> 15:42.680]  Your cognitive dissonance is truly astounding
[15:42.680 --> 15:49.680]  Furthermore, your assertion that is a failed argument could not possibly be less true
[15:49.680 --> 15:56.680]  Failed in whose mind and on what facts that actually disprove it so as to prove it is a failed argument

Now, I'm going to finish this up and continue on what we're talking about here and understand something in these conversations. Not only did this woman chime in, but someone else with the same last name don't know if it's male or female chimed in right behind her on this same thread.

Even when the facts and circumstances clearly show what any reasonable person would call a criminal act by law enforcement while also showing that there were usually numerous other officers that either participated in the same criminal conduct or witnessed it but did nothing to stop it or report it,
[20:55.680 --> 21:12.680]  it is usually public pressure that causes them to be investigated, charged and convicted, not the actual system itself or the willful efforts of those participating in it. If not for the public outcry and pressure, these officers would walk away scot free and unpunished.
[21:12.680 --> 21:37.680]  They're also forgetting or ignoring the fact that even when they are caught, these officers are almost never given the same punishment as the rest of us and often know where near what real justice would actually require from those that willfully betray the public trust and get their jollies from being a protected class of bully and criminal with special rights and privileges that we the people never intended or authorized them to have.
[21:37.680 --> 21:50.680]  All of this is something you seem to refuse to recognize in your arguments and opinion, and all of which is precisely what makes your arguments and opinion worthless as an honest assessment of the facts and reality.
[21:50.680 --> 22:04.680]  Okay. Now, let's see. The next one that chimed in was the second individual with the same last name. All I know is, I as a citizen have the option to engage with a dirt bag or not. Cops don't.
[22:04.680 --> 22:19.680]  I as a citizen have delegated my authority to the police to act on my behalf. Therefore, I'll give them a lot of leeway on how a situation is handled, depending upon depending on the situation, you by George better hope a cop shows up before I do.
[22:19.680 --> 22:44.680]  My response to this comment was, since the 1985 or since 1985 in the case of Luria versus United States 231 US 9 and 22, the US Supreme Court, which grossly misinterprets legislative intent more often than not, has repeatedly ruled that police do not have no duty to protect individual citizens.
[22:44.680 --> 23:03.680]  That was a 1985 case was the first one of those. And here in 2013, you had that gentleman in New York that stopped the serial murderer on the train with two cops standing on the other side of the compartment door between the two cars, watching the altercation,
[23:03.680 --> 23:25.680]  but refused to get involved to help this citizen subdue the murderer. The citizen suffered multiple stab wounds and cuts, but managed to subdue the murderer and and hold him until the cowards on the other side of the door could see that the guy was rendered harmless so that they could come out and put the cuss on.
[23:25.680 --> 23:43.680]  Now, this is what your tax dollars are being extorted from you on the premise of you must pay for this service of police, but they have no duty to take the use of your money and apply it to your individual protection.
[23:43.680 --> 23:58.680]  That's the premise of all these cases. So right there, his argument gets shot right between the eyes. But of course, he they both chime in on the whole list of cases, which was over a dozen.
[23:58.680 --> 24:08.680]  The lady chimes back in first. The cases are legal opinions involving the court system and the risk management of municipalities. No, that's not what they are.
[24:08.680 --> 24:18.680]  Within a department and officer failing to do due diligence and performing their duties are subject to disciplinary and even criminal proceedings, depending upon the circumstances.
[24:18.680 --> 24:29.680]  I am really beginning to wonder whether you actually served in law enforcement at all. And then the other one chimes in. Yep, I know that this has nothing to do with this conversation.

[27:23.680 --> 27:37.680]  After all, the city and the state extorts money from each of us to pay for these cowardly individuals under the now obviously false promise that they are there to serve and protect the people.
[27:37.680 --> 27:48.680]  But the courts say that there really isn't any such promise, but we have to pay for them anyway or die resisting the extortion they used to do so.
[27:48.680 --> 27:54.680]  Long story short, you're going to need a bigger and much better argument.
[27:54.680 --> 28:15.680]  And if someone else posted a comment showing where a police officer did not follow his department's policy on shooting a suspect rather than apprehending a suspect in a given situation, the department fired him for not killing the individual.
[28:15.680 --> 28:27.680]  And now the cop is having to sue to get his job back because he chose the high road and subdued an individual without excessive force and murder.
[28:27.680 --> 28:36.680]  And his department fired him because that is not their policy.
[28:36.680 --> 28:49.680]  Had he followed their policy, they could not have fired him for any reason. If he had just murdered the guy and claimed he feared for his life, he'd still have his job.
[28:49.680 --> 28:59.680]  And yet these two people are arguing that the cops are not the problem.
[28:59.680 --> 29:06.680]  Well, they're not the only part of the problem. I'll give you that.
[29:06.680 --> 29:15.680]  But if you think they aren't the problem, then you're not living in the real world.
[29:15.680 --> 29:25.680]  You need to go see a head street because you obviously have some sort of complete disconnect from reality.
[29:25.680 --> 29:39.680]  The few cops you will ever lay eyes on that try to do things the right way are the first ones to suffer on the chopping block for doing it every single time.

[34:18.680 --> 34:30.680]  And the reason for that is because in Talk Radio, we have to use something called bumper music, which you just heard, The Highway to Hell, one of Eddie's bumper music songs.
[34:30.680 --> 34:49.680]  And in Talk Radio, bumper music is fair use. We do not have to pay royalty fees to ASCAP or BMI to the songwriters, to the publishers of these songs because we are not broadcasting music.
[34:49.680 --> 35:00.680]  Bumper music use is considered fair use, but YouTube does not care. Or let us put it this way, they care, but they do this on purpose.
[35:00.680 --> 35:11.680]  They flag videos that have Talk Radio archives that have bumper music because they have an agenda to stifle and stomp out free speech.
[35:11.680 --> 35:22.680]  And so they look the other way and they flag all these videos that Talk Radio networks try to upload for copyright violations.
[35:22.680 --> 35:32.680]  And a lot of times they'll pull the videos, sometimes they'll suspend the channel. The least problem that they will give you is they won't let you monetize the channel.
[35:32.680 --> 35:49.680]  And so I have a friend of mine, a listener, a very dedicated listener, a professional programmer, and he has basically spent all of his spare time for the last year and a half to write code, scripting code to interface with YouTube's API,
[35:49.680 --> 36:02.680]  so that it will automatically remove sections of bumper music and even sections of live segments where the hosts are doing their intros and outros and talking over the music.
[36:02.680 --> 36:10.680]  Sometimes the YouTube's bots, they can detect the music even when the hosts are talking on top of the music. They're that good.
[36:10.680 --> 36:29.680]  And so anyways, it's taken a year and a half to get this thing complete and we finally have it. We are in the process of uploading 10 years worth of archives for the entire history of Logo Radio Network since we started in April of 2007.
[36:29.680 --> 36:40.680]  More than 10 years. A little over 10 years here. And so this is very exciting news because now we're not going to be blocked. We're not going to be suspended.
[36:40.680 --> 36:53.680]  And best of all, we will be able to monetize the channel because right now we are giving away for free all of our podcast archives. We broadcast for free.
[36:53.680 --> 37:03.680]  We give a lot of information away for free. I know Eddie helps people off the air for free. So does Randy. We bend over backwards to give as much as we can.
[37:03.680 --> 37:12.680]  But at a certain point, folks, we can't do talk radio shows with 10 cans and strings. It just doesn't work that way. There are bills that have to be paid.
[37:12.680 --> 37:25.680]  And if anyone has been watching the thermometer on the Logo Radio Network website, we're only a little over halfway. I'm only trying to raise $10,000 a year. It's not that much.

[37:36.680 --> 37:56.680]  So I'll actually have something in hand to buy equipment. I mean, if you're looking to get $1,200, for example, to buy a piece of equipment, it's a lot better to get the $1,200 like in hand all at once so that you can buy what you need instead of getting $100 a month.

[39:45.680 --> 39:56.680]  And of course, you can hit skip. You don't have to sit through 60 seconds or 30 seconds of the entire ad, but just keep in mind when we do go live with the monetization, please don't hit skip right away.

[40:04.680 --> 40:25.680]  So anyways, we're not at that point yet. I have to get 10,000 views on the YouTube channel before I can set up monetization. So folks, I need your help. [52:37.680 --> 52:52.680]  There doesn't seem to be a lot of information on the internet about it although it really disturbs me that the cry baby chur who broke down in tears during the case didn't bother to use during all the patience to their advantage to acquire him.

[01:36:17.680 --> 01:36:28.680]  So even if you paid it out and then went after them for fraud, your case would get thrown out because it's not fraud if you consented.

[01:37:06.680 --> 01:37:13.680]  There is absolutely nothing in the law that authorizes a judge to throw anyone in jail for not entering a plea.
[01:37:13.680 --> 01:37:15.680]  Nothing.
[01:37:15.680 --> 01:37:28.680]  In fact, the only authority a judge has in relation to the entering of a plea is if the individual refuses to enter one, the judge may enter a plea of not guilty on their behalf.
[01:37:28.680 --> 01:37:32.680]  That is the limit of their authority in that regard.
[01:37:32.680 --> 01:37:37.680]  The threat was judicial misconduct.
[01:37:37.680 --> 01:37:40.680]  It was tampering with a witness.
[01:37:40.680 --> 01:37:46.680]  It was official intimidation, official oppression, and abuse of official capacity.
[01:37:46.680 --> 01:37:50.680]  Guess how many of those are felony acts?
[01:37:50.680 --> 01:37:52.680]  Hopefully all of them.

[01:37:57.680 --> 01:38:02.680]  So you see, what you don't know can hurt you.

[01:38:22.680 --> 01:38:37.680]  Chapter one, chapter two, chapter 14, chapter 15, chapter 23, chapter 21, chapter 16, chapter 45, and all of Title II dealing with collection.
[01:38:37.680 --> 01:38:41.680]  The code of criminal procedure is divided up into two titles.
[01:38:41.680 --> 01:38:49.680]  All the stuff I said first is in Title I, the collections process for the fines and penalties and fees is in Title II.
[01:38:49.680 --> 01:38:58.680]  So read the first chapter of Title II, and you'll learn all you need to know about what they're not doing when it comes to collecting these so-called judgments either.
[01:38:58.680 --> 01:39:00.680]  That's in violation of law.
[01:39:00.680 --> 01:39:09.680]  But those particular chapters are the ones you need to know the best and the most, and will use the most often out of Title I.
[01:39:09.680 --> 01:39:24.680]  That doesn't exclude others you may have to know, such as chapter 32, for instance, and a couple others for sure, 27 being one, especially 27.14, all right, and 27.01.
[01:39:24.680 --> 01:39:27.680]  But you have to know them.
[01:39:27.680 --> 01:39:44.680]  Now you take that and then go on to Google and do a search for TMCEC bench book, 2015 or 2017, okay?
[01:39:44.680 --> 01:39:59.680]  You will then be able to get a PDF version of the Texas Municipal Courts Education Center bench book, which is the Bible for these municipal judges and JPs, on what they're supposed to do.
[01:39:59.680 --> 01:40:10.680]  And then you will see that the bench book tells them to do things that are in direct violation of the code of criminal procedure.
[01:40:10.680 --> 01:40:23.680]  And then you can use the bench book versus the code of criminal procedure to put them between a rock and a hard place and beat them in the ground like a tent peg.

[01:40:27.680 --> 01:40:41.680]  But you've got to know those chapters of the code of criminal procedure to make that fly. You've got to be able to pop them off just like that when you're talking to them in one of their little grudge matches in the courtroom.

[01:40:46.680 --> 01:41:04.680]  There's a thing I teach people in my class, and that is this. There should never be something said by a judge or a prosecutor that you do not already have a tip of the tongue response for, period.

[01:47:26.680 --> 01:47:37.680]  Well, he had wrote me a ticket for driving with fictitious plates or something like that
[01:47:37.680 --> 01:47:43.680]  and that's the one that I fought in Travis County in Ibiza case.
[01:47:43.680 --> 01:47:48.680]  Well, the day that Ibiza came to leave in the courthouse, he stopped me again
[01:47:48.680 --> 01:47:54.680]  for the same thing saying that the license plate on the car didn't come back to the vehicle
[01:47:54.680 --> 01:47:59.680]  and I didn't know that they had suspended my license because of that ticket.
[01:47:59.680 --> 01:48:07.680]  So he was like, you have a hold on your license and you're not supposed to be driving.
[01:48:07.680 --> 01:48:09.680]  So he didn't take me to jail.
[01:48:09.680 --> 01:48:15.680]  He took my picture and gave me an electronic ticket and that's what I'm currently fighting
[01:48:15.680 --> 01:48:20.680]  in Travis County is driving while license suspended case.
[01:48:20.680 --> 01:48:24.680]  I like to...I know that it can't be right for him to just stop me like that.
[01:48:24.680 --> 01:48:25.680]  I didn't do anything...

[01:48:26.680 --> 01:48:32.680]  You know, he act like he didn't remember me but I know he remembered me.

[01:49:52.680 --> 01:49:57.680]  Then how can you say that just by seeing me on the road, you didn't remember me from the
[01:49:57.680 --> 01:49:58.680]  prior stop?
[01:49:58.680 --> 01:50:04.680]  Oh, well, our computer alerts us when it automatically scans a license plate and gives off an audible
[01:50:04.680 --> 01:50:07.680]  signal that the plate does not appear to be valid.
[01:50:07.680 --> 01:50:12.680]  Hearing this signal, I got back into my car and gave pursuit and pulled you over.
[01:50:12.680 --> 01:50:15.680]  How does this support your theory?
[01:50:15.680 --> 01:50:19.680]  How does it prove your theory?
[01:50:19.680 --> 01:50:20.680]  It doesn't.
[01:50:20.680 --> 01:50:23.680]  Bingo!
[01:50:23.680 --> 01:50:30.680]  And you have no way to refute his claims about what their system does or doesn't do, do you?
[01:50:30.680 --> 01:50:32.680]  No, sir, I do not.
[01:50:32.680 --> 01:50:38.680]  Bingo, because you don't have an expert witness on the police's in-cruiser computer systems
[01:50:38.680 --> 01:50:44.680]  that can testify to say what those things do or do not do, do you?
[01:50:44.680 --> 01:50:45.680]  Correct.
[01:50:45.680 --> 01:50:46.680]  You are correct.
[01:50:46.680 --> 01:50:50.680]  There you go.
[01:50:50.680 --> 01:50:58.680]  This is why I tell people when you have an encounter, record it, audio and video.
[01:50:58.680 --> 01:51:04.680]  If you want to prove the cop remembers you or doesn't remember you, then what you do is
[01:51:04.680 --> 01:51:06.680]  say, why are you pulling me over for this?
[01:51:06.680 --> 01:51:13.680]  Again, when you've already stopped me in BKs and lost that case, knowing full well that
[01:51:13.680 --> 01:51:19.680]  this is the same car and I'm the same person.
[01:51:19.680 --> 01:51:23.680]  It's going to be a lot harder for him to be convincing when he says, oh, I didn't remember
[01:51:23.680 --> 01:51:24.680]  you from before.
[01:51:24.680 --> 01:51:29.680]  Well, now that I've brought it to your attention, why don't you go check and make sure, because
[01:51:29.680 --> 01:51:33.680]  here's the dismissal for this case where I just kicked your butt and now you're trying
[01:51:33.680 --> 01:51:37.680]  to charge me with the same thing again.
[01:51:37.680 --> 01:51:40.680]  See, that would have caused him a problem.
[01:51:40.680 --> 01:51:45.680]  That would have been setting the stage for what you want to prove, not the other the
[01:51:45.680 --> 01:51:47.680]  way it is.
[01:51:47.680 --> 01:51:50.680]  Right, right.
[01:51:50.680 --> 01:51:56.680]  Now, you see what I mean about having something on the end of your tongue ready to go by fully
[01:51:56.680 --> 01:51:59.680]  understanding how this stuff is supposed to work?

[01:52:01.680 --> 01:52:05.680]  Once you have that, you can do what I just did in a courtroom.
[01:52:05.680 --> 01:52:12.680]  You can do this in any setting, but when you don't, you're setting yourself up for failure
[01:52:12.680 --> 01:52:17.680]  because I guarantee you what you were planning on doing based upon what you just told me was
[01:52:17.680 --> 01:52:20.680]  going to blow up in your face in that courtroom.

[01:52:27.680 --> 01:52:32.680]  Okay, now had you made a recording and you asked him those questions and you got those
[01:52:32.680 --> 01:52:38.680]  facts on the record, then you could have clarified that this was a retaliation stop.
[01:52:38.680 --> 01:52:46.680]  He knew darn well what he was doing and who he was doing it to.

[01:52:49.680 --> 01:52:56.680]  Now, what you need to do is submit your signed order to the Texas Department of Public Safety

[01:53:02.680 --> 01:53:10.680]  that it be reinstituted at once as valid and that that validity be made retroactive because
[01:53:10.680 --> 01:53:16.680]  it should never have been invalidated prior to your conviction in the first place.

[01:53:19.680 --> 01:53:29.680]  And make sure you do this in writing, certified mail, return receipt requested, and make sure
[01:53:29.680 --> 01:53:34.680]  you keep track of any response you get.

[01:54:50.680 --> 01:54:56.680]  When I got there, it was just about ending and I waited for everybody to get done, you
[01:54:56.680 --> 01:54:57.680]  know, with their things.
[01:54:57.680 --> 01:55:00.680]  And I stood up and I said, Your Honor, I'm Wendy Clara.
[01:55:00.680 --> 01:55:05.680]  You know, I called in and said I'd be late because my car was breaking down.
[01:55:05.680 --> 01:55:09.680]  And he looked right at me and said, They have arrested.
[01:55:09.680 --> 01:55:15.680]  They arrested me right there, put me in jail and then made it for a warrant for failure
[01:55:15.680 --> 01:55:16.680]  to appear.
[01:55:16.680 --> 01:55:23.680]  And also the next day when we went in to talk to the judge again, just I asked if they would
[01:55:23.680 --> 01:55:29.680]  reinstate my bond and the prosecutors told me, No, they thought they had objected because
[01:55:29.680 --> 01:55:32.680]  they said I was a flight risk and they were afraid I wouldn't show up.
[01:55:32.680 --> 01:55:34.680]  And the judge didn't let me have bail.
[01:55:34.680 --> 01:55:36.680]  Again, they didn't reinstate it.
[01:55:36.680 --> 01:55:37.680]  Yeah.
[01:55:37.680 --> 01:55:40.680]  This is exactly why and how they do things.
[01:55:40.680 --> 01:55:41.680]  Yeah.
[01:55:41.680 --> 01:55:47.680]  And then another time this other officer, I was just sitting in my car, our car, and these
[01:55:47.680 --> 01:55:48.680]  other people would break.
[01:55:48.680 --> 01:55:51.680]  I wasn't even there and he pulled up, give me this, take it long, for sure.
[01:55:51.680 --> 01:55:58.680]  And he made the ticket for the same day as that court date was, the other ticket.
[01:55:58.680 --> 01:56:00.680]  And at the same time and everything.
[01:56:00.680 --> 01:56:05.680]  So when I realized that, I called into court and said, I can't make it at two places at once.
[01:56:05.680 --> 01:56:07.680]  And this was in Douglas County.
[01:56:07.680 --> 01:56:11.680]  And so he said, I called my bondsman and I said, There's no way I can make it.
[01:56:11.680 --> 01:56:13.680]  He said, We'll just show up tomorrow.
[01:56:13.680 --> 01:56:14.680]  We'll be all right.
[01:56:14.680 --> 01:56:16.680]  We'll just redo your bond and everything will be okay.
[01:56:16.680 --> 01:56:23.680]  And so I get there, they bring an officer up and arrest me for 32 appear again.
[01:56:23.680 --> 01:56:26.680]  And they wouldn't reinstate the bond.
[01:56:26.680 --> 01:56:31.680]  And that, that judge, he didn't let me have an attorney or nothing.
[01:56:31.680 --> 01:56:34.680]  He got me for 32 appear.
[01:56:34.680 --> 01:56:36.680]  We're driving in a revocation.
[01:56:36.680 --> 01:56:40.680]  Give me, I did it for those and they're just waiting because I did the, you know, when
[01:56:40.680 --> 01:56:43.680]  they got me for 32 appear just to see the judge.
[01:56:43.680 --> 01:56:45.680]  And then he gave me another 15 days.
[01:56:45.680 --> 01:56:50.680]  And then he gives me, when he gives me the 15 days, he tells me, I'm going to give you a,
[01:56:50.680 --> 01:56:53.680]  I'm going to let you go out, you know, for a student execution.
[01:56:53.680 --> 01:56:58.680]  I didn't even ask for it to see if you should because it's about 40 miles away from where I had to go to.
[01:56:58.680 --> 01:57:02.680]  But I live and he goes, I'm going to give you a student execution.
[01:57:02.680 --> 01:57:06.680]  So if you show up to get your affairs in order and I was like, All right.
[01:57:06.680 --> 01:57:12.680]  And then I had to show back that little driver's license that far away, which I did to go to jail.
[01:57:12.680 --> 01:57:16.680]  So, yeah, I know what they're saying when they, it's just ridiculous.
[01:57:16.680 --> 01:57:17.680]  Yeah.
[01:57:17.680 --> 01:57:24.680]  The system is designed to put these impediments on you to prevent you from having any recourse against what they do.
[01:57:24.680 --> 01:57:25.680]  Oh my God.
[01:57:25.680 --> 01:57:31.680]  I've paid, well, I probably bought a couple of cars for these lawyers and houses too.
[01:57:31.680 --> 01:57:32.680]  I'm not kidding yet.

[01:57:34.680 --> 01:57:36.680]  I've paid them just fines and, and bond and stuff.

[01:57:39.680 --> 01:57:44.680]  I'm not like I'm already doing the horrible, you know.

[01:57:47.680 --> 01:57:50.680]  Multiple times daily in some cases.
[01:57:50.680 --> 01:57:52.680]  I know it's, it's sad.
[01:57:52.680 --> 01:57:58.680]  But I can ask you, if they're doing illegal stuff, why can't we, instead of fighting them in court,
[01:57:58.680 --> 01:58:01.680]  why can't we file some kind of a suit against, because they're being illegal?
[01:58:01.680 --> 01:58:07.680]  Who are you going to file a suit against the judge in when they have absolute immunity for judicial acts?
[01:58:07.680 --> 01:58:10.680]  Because the judges gave it to themselves.
[01:58:10.680 --> 01:58:12.680]  Therein lies the problem.
