[00:11.800 --> 00:17.200] silver seventeen dollars and fifty one cents an ounce, Texas crude forty eight dollars and thirty six cents a barrel and
[00:17.720 --> 00:22.900] Bitcoin is still going up sitting at about two thousand four hundred seventy two U.S. Currency
[00:25.080 --> 00:27.080] Today in history the year
[00:27.080 --> 00:32.920] 1953 the coronation of Queen Elizabeth the second crowned Queen of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia
[00:33.160 --> 00:40.840] New Zealand and her other realms and territories and head of the Commonwealth marks one of the first major international events to be televised
[00:41.240 --> 00:43.240] today in history
[00:46.520 --> 00:49.440] In recent news President Donald Trump announced the U.S.
[00:49.440 --> 00:54.160] Would withdraw from the UN Paris accord on climate change this last Thursday yesterday
[00:54.160 --> 00:58.080] Stating that quote the U.S. Will withdraw from the Paris climate accord
[00:58.080 --> 01:03.720] But begin negotiations to re-enter either the Paris accord or a really entirely new
[01:03.920 --> 01:10.000] Transaction on terms that are fair to the United States its businesses its workers its people its taxpayers
[01:10.160 --> 01:15.760] This as could be predictably expected had G7 formerly G8 leaders in a frenzy
[01:16.040 --> 01:22.080] Notably Chinese dictatorship admiring Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau who in a statement said that quote
[01:22.080 --> 01:29.680] We are deeply disappointed that the United States federal government has decided to withdraw from the Paris agreement or French socialist president Emmanuel Macron
[01:29.960 --> 01:34.520] Saying that it's quote a mistake for our planet wherever we live whoever we are
[01:34.520 --> 01:37.800] We all share the same responsibility to make our planet great again
[01:38.160 --> 01:44.600] Along with UK Prime Minister Theresa May German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni
[01:44.760 --> 01:50.120] All stating disapproval as well even Russia 8th in the former G8 stated the great significance
[01:50.120 --> 01:53.080] It saw in the Paris agreement hours before Trump and made his announcement
[01:53.520 --> 01:59.960] Not to mention a Vatican spokesman from the Holy See expressed the pontiff's dismay at President Trump's decision
[02:00.440 --> 02:06.320] Unfortunately world leaders and media pundits failed to ask the opinions of another more important base the American taxpayer
[02:06.520 --> 02:13.120] Because they were never consulted via referendum or congressional vote when President Obama decided to unilaterally sign up the u.s.
[02:13.120 --> 02:16.480] To an agreement that would have major effects on industry in the United States
[02:16.480 --> 02:23.640] Or maybe they should have asked major climate change proponent American adjunct professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences
[02:24.040 --> 02:30.540] At Columbia University James Hansen what he thought of the agreement which he actually called a fraud really a fake
[02:30.720 --> 02:32.720] It's just worthless words
[02:32.760 --> 02:40.120] Mostly because there was no solution to co2 emissions other than charging more for energy, which would only disproportionately hurt the most vulnerable
[02:40.120 --> 02:44.880] The Lone Star Lowdown is currently looking for sponsors
[02:44.880 --> 02:50.880] If you have a product or a service that you'd like to advertise with us feel free to give me a call at 210-363-2257

[03:36.680 --> 03:41.620] Intimidation means that they can use it at will go to silence means that the pigs will never let out a squeal and if they
[03:41.620 --> 03:44.120] Go to court. They know the judge will make him a deal for real
[03:44.120 --> 03:46.640] That's why they stopping me locking me up and stopping me
[03:46.640 --> 03:54.160] Confiscating my property talking in my demography making the poor commodities profiting off of poverty and for some policy support prison economies
[03:54.160 --> 03:56.960] Yeah, no one makes money when the violence stops hating
[03:56.960 --> 04:01.640] Brutality is the way to make a criminal crop blood in the gut is how to risk whether they bred at the top
[04:01.640 --> 04:04.240] That's why this is what happens when you call the cops
[04:04.240 --> 04:09.440] Come on, this is what happens when you call the cops. This is what happens when you call the cops
[04:09.640 --> 04:14.300] This is what happens when you call the cops you get your rights violated or you walk inside
[04:14.300 --> 04:17.220] This is what happens when you call the cops
[04:17.420 --> 04:19.780] This is what happens when you call the cops
[04:20.020 --> 04:24.900] This is what happens when you call the cops you get your rights violated or you all get shot
[04:28.780 --> 04:32.420] Many things trying murder me they made me they gave me they trained them
[04:32.420 --> 04:38.220] They need to grade and detain me and change just like slavery hands up face down left hook right quick
[04:38.220 --> 04:44.420] Throw you down hold you down smack you with that nightstick night shift riding round see you with your J's on you'll get sprayed on
[04:44.420 --> 04:50.340] Over skittles word to Trayvon all the people saying is this crazy down in Florida what you saying is you plan is the same in?
[04:50.540 --> 04:55.940] California they hanging like they banging in the hanging down in Georgia frame you in a case for what you say without a lawyer
[04:56.260 --> 05:00.120] Swarming with no warning now they sorting through your residence storming with no warrant now
[05:00.120 --> 05:06.180] They snorting all the evidence you better just learn to dodge a box cuz this is what happens when you call the cops
[05:06.180 --> 05:08.700] This is what happens when you call the cops
[05:08.960 --> 05:11.380] This is what happens when you call the cops
[05:11.580 --> 05:16.040] This is what happens when you call the cops you get your rights violated, or you hat
[05:16.200 --> 05:19.340] This is what happens when you call the cops
[05:19.380 --> 05:21.620] This is what happens when you call the cops
[05:21.800 --> 05:26.800] This is what happens when you call the cops you get your rights violated, or you all get shot
[05:26.800 --> 05:31.780] We got a baby in the living room get the crisis pull up and throw it in the crib throw. I'm away
[05:31.780 --> 05:35.860] way. There's a homeless guy camping here. We'll tell him to pack. When he gets up and starts
[05:35.860 --> 05:40.100] leaving shoot the bum in the back. This guy rolled through a stop sign. Let's approach for sale. Get
[05:40.100 --> 05:44.340] some doctors to rape. We'll send him a bill in the mail. We got a black man knocking on a white
[05:44.340 --> 05:49.060] woman's door. With ten shots point blank he ain't gonna knock no more. Look the problem starts at
[05:49.060 --> 05:53.860] the academy. New cadets are indoctrinated with a military mentality. With them as the soldiers
[05:53.860 --> 05:58.900] and us as the people that battle. We're either collateral damage or combat fatalities. All right
[05:58.900 --> 06:03.540] folks good evening. This is the Monday night rule of law radio show with your host Eddie Craig.
[06:04.580 --> 06:09.620] I apologize for the delay. We are trying to get a new microphone configuration set up and if I
[06:09.620 --> 06:14.260] sound a little odd at the beginning segment that's why we're trying to get this thing tuned in just
[06:14.260 --> 06:20.900] right. It's an extremely good microphone. The problem is it might be a little bit too good
[06:21.860 --> 06:28.420] for this particular setup that I've had to have here. So that being said if we sound a little
[06:28.420 --> 06:32.260] off in the first segment don't sweat it. We'll switch back if the things don't work out in the
[06:32.260 --> 06:38.980] first one. Now that being said I don't have anything specific to go into with you tonight
[06:38.980 --> 06:44.900] mainly because I spent most of my day working on a couple of cases that I've got going between
[06:44.900 --> 06:51.220] Round Rock and San Antonio where the courts are doing their typical we're not going to play by
[06:51.220 --> 06:56.660] the rules stuff. We're not going to give you proper notice stuff. We're going to violate
[06:56.660 --> 07:03.940] your rights stuff and we're going to make you choke on it if we can. Well they can't. Not if
[07:03.940 --> 07:08.500] I'm dealing with it they can't. Now the only question that leaves of course is whether or
[07:08.500 --> 07:12.900] not the people I'm trying to help out with this are capable of delivering what they need to deliver
[07:12.900 --> 07:18.980] when they appear in court. I can only go so far in this in helping you. I can do the paperwork.
[07:18.980 --> 07:26.980] I can make sure that the arguments are there. But it becomes your duty and necessity to study
[07:26.980 --> 07:32.900] and apply it appropriately. Now that's going to be true of anyone that's having to do this
[07:32.900 --> 07:38.580] and fend for themselves. The big difference here is you're not having to do the legal research that
[07:38.580 --> 07:44.260] would normally go into putting this up. That is the downside of the seminar if anything.
[07:44.260 --> 07:50.260] The fact that most of the actual research and hard work has already been done for you
[07:50.900 --> 07:56.820] tends to make some folks lazy. They think all they have to do is file the documents and it's
[07:56.820 --> 08:06.740] a slam dunk nothing else is required of them. That is not true. Like anything else when you
[08:06.740 --> 08:12.020] go to court you're the one that's going to have to speak. You're the one that's going to have to
[08:12.020 --> 08:17.620] make the written argument that was made in the pleadings. You're the one that's going to have to
[08:17.620 --> 08:24.980] object to what the prosecutor or the judge does in response. You're the one that's going to have to
[08:24.980 --> 08:32.020] challenge their violations of law and your rights and when you fail to do that the record is going
[08:32.020 --> 08:40.340] to work against you. Okay now the problem of course is when we go into courts of no record
[08:40.340 --> 08:47.300] where there's no official transcript. At that point the only record is the one that you make.
[08:48.340 --> 08:55.380] The way we will make the record both in non-record and record courts is going to be through written
[08:55.380 --> 09:00.260] everything. We're going to do written pleadings and arguments. We are going to be doing written
[09:00.260 --> 09:06.020] objections. We're going to be doing written judicial notices. We're going to do everything
[09:06.020 --> 09:14.340] to make a record of what the law requires these people to do and exactly what our objections were
[09:14.340 --> 09:21.140] in their failure to doing it. Now of course the Texas courts have worked long and hard to find
[09:21.140 --> 09:30.100] ways to circumvent due process and make this the process itself of stealing our money or getting
[09:30.100 --> 09:37.620] us into their jail system much more streamlined and efficient and cost effective for them. In
[09:37.620 --> 09:48.580] other words the profit of the government is now put ahead of the needs justice and rights of the
[09:48.580 --> 09:56.340] people and that doesn't really matter what state you're in but Texas has become extremely good at
[09:56.340 --> 10:05.380] it. Why? Well that's easy because everyone in the system is in on the game except for the victim.
[10:07.140 --> 10:12.580] See our system of government is set up where they're supposed to be a system of checks and
[10:12.580 --> 10:20.740] balances on each other. When they're being totally cooperative in everything they do
[10:20.740 --> 10:29.380] they are no longer a system of checks and balances because now whatever one does wrong
[10:29.380 --> 10:35.860] the other attempts to cover up and smooth over to make it appear legitimate so that they can
[10:35.860 --> 10:42.260] continue with the process no matter how wrong they are. No matter what rights are violated,
[10:42.260 --> 10:48.820] no matter what laws are broken by those that are supposed to be upholding them. And that's
[10:48.820 --> 10:56.420] just the way the game is rigged today and I will say once again that is the biggest problem with
[10:56.420 --> 11:03.380] attorneys and attorneys being allowed to sit in any governmental office or to be the only ones in
[11:03.380 --> 11:12.020] charge of a courtroom. They want you to think that they have some kind of special intuition that you
[11:12.020 --> 11:22.500] do not when it comes to using common sense in relation to the law. One of the very maximums of
[11:22.500 --> 11:31.140] law that these judges used to uphold is that the law itself cannot be the sole source of harm.
[11:31.140 --> 11:40.580] And yet today that is all we see is law that causes more harm than it ever serves to prevent.
[11:43.460 --> 11:50.660] Let's take a real close look at the traffic citation BS and take a perfect example of that.
[11:51.460 --> 11:57.700] I've talked about this before but it's it's such a good well-known example you should be able to
[11:57.700 --> 12:06.100] focus on it and understand what I mean. The Sandra Bland case. The young black woman that was here
[12:07.060 --> 12:20.100] in Texas got stopped by a DPS officer allegedly for failing to use her turn signal to make a turn.
[12:20.100 --> 12:26.500] Before that traffic, now this woman had committed no crimes, she had done absolutely nothing wrong,
[12:26.500 --> 12:35.940] she had injured nobody, she had broken no actual law. None. Especially not one that never applied
[12:35.940 --> 12:41.460] to her to begin with because she was in her private car going about her own business. She
[12:41.460 --> 12:49.540] was not commercially driving as the code applies. So it didn't apply. It didn't apply. It didn't
[12:49.540 --> 13:01.620] apply. But before the stop was over, this woman was assaulted, beaten, tased, handcuffed, and
[13:01.620 --> 13:11.620] taken to jail because of a DPS officer on an ego trip. See, he made a request that she extinguish
[13:11.620 --> 13:18.580] her cigarette. She was sitting in her car. She had every right to be smoking a cigarette sitting
[13:18.580 --> 13:25.860] in her car. The officer had no lawful authority whatsoever to even request that she put it out.
[13:26.740 --> 13:34.340] Much less to turn around and treat his request as if it was a lawful order that she had somehow
[13:34.340 --> 13:43.620] disobeyed. When she refused to put her cigarette out, he became combative. He began the assault.
[13:43.620 --> 13:52.900] He exerted an authority he did not have. He is responsible for her death three days later in the
[13:52.900 --> 14:02.020] jail because he is the one that put her there absolutely illegally. There was no reason for
[14:02.020 --> 14:11.940] her to ever have gone to a jail cell. None. Where is that DPS officer today? He ain't dead.
[14:11.940 --> 14:18.580] He ain't dead. Sandra Bland is. He's not in jail. Sandra Bland was for three days.
[14:19.220 --> 14:25.380] He has not been criminally charged. Sandra Bland was criminally charged for doing absolutely
[14:25.380 --> 14:38.100] nothing wrong. Nothing. And we wonder what's wrong with the system. Well,
[14:38.100 --> 14:47.060] all in all, it is your willingness to accept this type of behavior and this type of limitation upon
[14:47.060 --> 14:56.980] individual rights that these people have cooked up to protect themselves in their crimes from
[14:56.980 --> 15:04.580] having to be responsible and accountable to you and I. Not only for the injustice they commit
[15:04.580 --> 15:11.620] and the crimes that they commit, but to make restitution to the victim of those crimes.
[15:15.700 --> 15:22.660] I fail to understand how the state, which is nothing more than a political fiction,
[15:25.140 --> 15:30.340] as far as the governmental agents acting under its supposed authority,
[15:30.340 --> 15:36.820] are able to claim immunity for their acts against those that created the authority they have
[15:36.820 --> 15:47.300] and the powers they use. Now, in a dictatorial country, that would be fine considering that the
[15:47.300 --> 15:54.180] dictator didn't get his power from the people. He got it from brute force. But here in America,
[15:54.180 --> 16:01.860] it's not supposed to be that way. And yet, that is exactly how this is working.
[16:03.460 --> 16:08.580] They're right because they have brute force to make them right.
[16:11.220 --> 16:21.220] End of story. The rule of law proves them wrong. The rule of law says these people should be
[16:21.220 --> 16:28.820] punished for their actions. But these people have usurped the power to determine what the law is
[16:28.820 --> 16:36.340] and what it means and how it applies to them that we the people never gave them. And they are using
[16:36.340 --> 16:45.700] it in a dictatorial fashion against us. Now, are we going to do something about that one way or the
[16:45.700 --> 16:51.300] other? Or are we going to allow it to continue? That's what we have to figure out. All right,
[16:51.300 --> 17:16.020] folks, y'all hang on. We'll be right back after this break. So y'all hold on.
[17:21.300 --> 17:29.860] I'm going to throw away these yucky cookies in the trash. I click control, shift, delete,
[17:29.860 --> 17:37.460] and then scroll down to cookies and clear them. Now, I go to logosradionetwork.com

[19:28.820 --> 19:36.340] Help I'm stepping into the twilight zone. Places in the madhouse, fields I've become.
[19:36.340 --> 19:40.580] My beacon's been moved on the moon and star.
[19:40.580 --> 19:44.020] Herbs are the gold, now they have fallen too far.
[19:44.020 --> 19:52.100] So you will come and go, but the bullet hits the bone.
[19:52.100 --> 20:06.180] So you will come and go, but the bullet hits the bone.
[20:06.180 --> 20:24.500] All right, folks, we are back. This is the Monday Night Rule of Law radio show with your
[20:24.500 --> 20:29.060] host, Eddie Craig. I am ready to start taking your phone calls if you want to call in. Call
[20:29.060 --> 20:36.980] in number is 512-646-1984. Right now, I've got one caller up on the board, but I would be more
[20:36.980 --> 20:42.420] than happy to get some more. Right now, let's start out with Ralph in Texas. Ralph, what do you got?
[20:45.540 --> 20:49.300] Hang on, Ralph. For some reason, my browser is not refreshing like it should here.
[20:49.300 --> 21:00.580] Okay, am I on? You are now. Okay, I've got a case in the federal courts, and I don't know if they're
[21:00.580 --> 21:06.420] just pulling my chain, trying to swamp me with paperwork, or if I'm doing it wrong. But it's
[21:06.420 --> 21:14.660] still alive after a year, and there's motions to dismiss active, yet they want to do discovery.
[21:14.660 --> 21:22.740] So, I don't know. What I'm wondering is, is there anyone that's got any experience with the federal
[21:22.740 --> 21:29.140] courts—remember, Jeff and Marilyn used to have a lot of experience with that—that I can kind of
[21:29.140 --> 21:39.700] get some feedback from? I do not know the answer to that, Ralph. I don't know what other people are
[21:39.700 --> 21:46.180] doing successfully or not. They don't tell me everything. Right, right. Okay, well, I had to ask,
[21:46.180 --> 21:52.100] because, like I said, it looks like they're trying to swamp me. You know, the judges will actually
[21:53.700 --> 21:59.300] dismiss a case, and then when it goes to appeal, the appeals courts overturn it, and, you know,
[21:59.300 --> 22:05.780] it's nothing to the judge. They're not held accountable for the mistakes they make,
[22:05.780 --> 22:13.060] so it's hard to tell when what a judge is telling you is true or is either wrong or just a mistake.
[22:13.620 --> 22:19.940] You don't ever know, so if you got any input on that, I'd appreciate it. I'm also,
[22:23.220 --> 22:28.340] maybe you'd be interested in going over an amended complaint?
[22:28.340 --> 22:36.980] An amended complaint? You can send it. I don't know when I'm going to be able to get to it,
[22:36.980 --> 22:44.180] but you can send it. Well, no, I'd be willing to pay you to stay up late one night.
[22:45.220 --> 22:49.780] Yeah, well, I'm doing plenty of that now. Right now, I've got more than 200 different cases I'm
[22:49.780 --> 22:55.460] working on, and like I say, I've spent most of the day working on two of them that I've got
[22:55.460 --> 23:01.540] and trying to rotate between them as I can. Yeah, I heard that in the intro. Yeah, you've got
[23:02.180 --> 23:09.220] two active cases you're working on right now and then all the other people. Well, I guess you've
[23:09.220 --> 23:14.100] got other callers there. I'm not real sure I have a specific question other than, you know,
[23:14.100 --> 23:18.340] where in the heck is the people that know anything about, you know, federal courts?
[23:18.340 --> 23:29.140] Well, now there's, in my discussion group, we do have some folks that do Title 42 complaints and
[23:29.140 --> 23:36.420] help you study how to do them properly. And so if you're on Facebook, you can join my Tao of Law
[23:36.420 --> 23:42.260] group and you want to speak to a gentleman by the name of Jerry Howe, who can hook you up with all
[23:42.260 --> 23:49.380] the necessary materials on how to do a Title 42 correctly. Now, jurisdictionary will also teach
[23:49.380 --> 23:57.220] you how to do one, but it just handles basic lawsuits. It doesn't help do anything specific
[23:57.220 --> 24:04.580] to a governmental lawsuit. And that's what a Title 42 generally is. It can be used for more than that.
[24:04.580 --> 24:11.700] But for most of the time, it's a governmental lawsuit. So I, I've got the jurisdictionary
[24:11.700 --> 24:18.180] and I tried contacting Jerry Howe and that didn't work out. Maybe I should try again. I don't know
[24:18.180 --> 24:21.940] how much experience he's got. I've heard him mention him a couple of times and he does have
[24:21.940 --> 24:30.260] some pretty good material on the internet, but about, you know, actual procedures is what I'm
[24:30.260 --> 24:34.980] having trouble with. You know, I mean, how am I going to figure out, let's say that the judge
[24:34.980 --> 24:47.300] dismisses part or grants part of a dismissal. And then another defendant also is granted
[24:47.300 --> 24:53.300] completely their dismissal. And then so, and he does it a week apart. Well, how does my appeal
[24:53.300 --> 24:58.900] work at that? You know, which state does the appeal come off of? I haven't studied the appeals.
[24:58.900 --> 25:02.100] I know they're in the book. I've looked at them, haven't studied them, but let's say that I've got
[25:02.100 --> 25:08.900] about 30 days to do a notice of appeal and to perfect appeal on 45 days to actually write the
[25:08.900 --> 25:13.060] appeal and have it for the appeals court. Does that go off of the first date? Do I have to do
[25:13.060 --> 25:18.900] two or three of them? Do I have to do, you know, file? Well, most of the time everything is
[25:18.900 --> 25:28.980] consecutive, not, or I'm sorry, sequential. So generally you don't have to do this thing until
[25:28.980 --> 25:33.140] that thing has gone through the process and a ruling has been made on it or some other thing's
[25:33.140 --> 25:39.540] been done to it that needs to be done. That's not always the case, but the rules of procedures
[25:39.540 --> 25:43.780] should tell you how it goes. The rules of appellate procedures should tell you how it goes.
[25:44.980 --> 25:48.260] Yeah, well, I'm at the point where I'm running out of time and I was hoping somebody could help me
[25:48.260 --> 25:54.660] shortcut that, you know, because I know I need to study. That's never a problem. I can study,
[25:54.660 --> 25:59.140] but there's only so much studying a person can do when they're piling this up on me. Okay,
[25:59.140 --> 26:03.780] so I've got three days to do a legal session. Yeah, this is the reason why I tell people before
[26:03.780 --> 26:08.740] they start a fight, they need to study how the fight's going to go step by step and start getting
[26:09.780 --> 26:13.540] at least a procedure written down they know they got to follow or may have to follow.
[26:14.260 --> 26:18.420] That's where the beforehand study before you ever start a lawsuit begins.
[26:19.700 --> 26:24.340] Yeah, those are excellent words and I did not do that and I am paying the price now.
[26:24.340 --> 26:29.300] Yeah, playing catch up while you're trying to get ready for an appeal, never a good idea.
[26:30.580 --> 26:39.540] Right, okay. Well, just so you'll know, I am using the rule 1.2. They are ignoring it to some degree,
[26:39.540 --> 26:44.740] but yet they're actually maybe listening to it because they're doing something else strange.
[26:45.700 --> 26:53.300] So far, I've got 17 defendants and the judge has dismissed all of them except the arresting
[26:53.300 --> 26:57.060] officer, but I think they're just playing a game with me. I think they're going to give me the
[26:57.060 --> 27:02.180] arresting officer now and then the appeals court's going to say, oh, okay, well, no, the judge made
[27:02.180 --> 27:06.660] an error in that. But what I did was when the judge said he was going to give me the arresting
[27:06.660 --> 27:11.700] officer, I took his argument and I bolstered it. In other words, I made it stronger. I said,
[27:11.700 --> 27:17.620] well, yeah, that's a good reason to give me the arresting officer, but you forgot rule 1.2.
[27:17.620 --> 27:22.980] You see? So I gave him, he had one reason and I gave him a couple more.
[27:25.140 --> 27:27.220] Did you do that as a motion to reconsider?
[27:29.940 --> 27:35.620] Let me think. Let me think. I did that as an objection to a recommendation.
[27:36.340 --> 27:41.220] Okay. But an objection doesn't move the court to do anything with the objection. It's just a
[27:41.220 --> 27:48.100] uh, it's just a filed objection to what they did do. If you want the judge to reconsider what he
[27:48.100 --> 27:53.380] did and use the information out of rule 1.2, you should file a motion to reconsider.
[27:57.540 --> 28:05.220] Well, I had, uh, according to him, I had, uh, I had 14 days to do an objection,
[28:05.220 --> 28:13.140] so this is the magistrate's report recommendation to the judge. So, you know, that's what they're
[28:13.140 --> 28:17.860] saying. Uh, yeah, mostly reconsidered sounds good, but they never, they didn't give me that
[28:17.860 --> 28:24.340] option. I don't think I didn't do it regardless. Uh, and, uh, so, uh,
[28:26.980 --> 28:31.140] all right. Well, yeah. Okay. Well, I'm going to get on, uh, you said your Facebook account
[28:31.140 --> 28:39.860] or something. Yeah. Well, my Facebook group, towel of law, T A O O F L A W. Now there is a group with
[28:39.860 --> 28:48.820] that name and there is a page with that name you want to ask to join the group. Okay. Okay.
[28:50.260 --> 28:56.420] Yeah. Okay. And then, uh, yeah, maybe I can get, uh, some answers, uh, to some of my questions.
[28:56.420 --> 29:01.940] That'd be great. Appreciate it. Yes, sir. No problem. You have a great night. Thank
[29:01.940 --> 29:08.340] you very much. Yes, sir. Thanks for calling in. All right. Again, folks call in number is
[29:08.340 --> 29:16.180] 512-646-1984. If you want to call in and ask any questions, Ralph's the only caller I had.
[29:16.180 --> 29:20.580] So I went ahead and took him, but I don't have any more at the moment. So that being said,
[29:20.580 --> 29:25.780] let me make sure the phones are still on just in case when my web browser is acting over here,
[29:25.780 --> 29:32.980] it's hard to say what it is and what it didn't. And as you can tell, we're having thunder or
[29:32.980 --> 29:37.940] something outside. Cause microphone he's picking up roaring that I don't know where it is unless
[29:37.940 --> 29:42.180] my belly's groveling and I can't hear it. All right, folks, we're about to take a break. So
[29:42.180 --> 29:58.020] y'all hang in there and we'll be right back. 512-646-1984, and we'll be right back.
[30:01.780 --> 30:06.580] Email is a convenient way to send and receive information, but it can also let advertisers
[30:06.580 --> 30:12.500] snoop on you. Invisible web bugs in email messages could be monitoring your every click. I'm Dr.
[30:12.500 --> 30:17.780] Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back with more in just a moment. Privacy is under attack. When
[30:17.780 --> 30:22.980] you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy is gone,
[30:22.980 --> 30:28.900] you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too. So protect your rights, say no to surveillance
[30:28.900 --> 30:34.660] and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging onto. This public service
[30:34.660 --> 30:40.020] announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,

[30:48.180 --> 30:53.140] They have many names, but these tiny invisible image files usually have one purpose only to
[30:53.140 --> 30:58.660] track your online behavior. Web bugs are commonly used on web pages, but they can also be embedded
[30:58.660 --> 31:04.020] in email messages to report exactly when you open a message, the IP address of the computer
[31:04.020 --> 31:08.660] that read the message, and whether you click on links contained in the message. The best way to
[31:08.660 --> 31:13.780] fight a web bug invasion is to use a privacy-friendly email service that filters them out.
[31:13.780 --> 31:19.380] You can also set your email client to block email message images or opt for a text-only email.

[34:17.140 --> 34:20.660] And I got something kind of screwy going on tonight. I tried to load a...
[34:20.660 --> 34:25.380] I stopped using Firefox because it was constantly crashing and becoming a memory hog.
[34:25.380 --> 34:31.940] Google Chrome now suddenly is misbehaving all over the place. I know this thing is free of
[34:31.940 --> 34:36.420] spyware and other garbage, but I got to figure out what's going on with that and see if I can't
[34:36.420 --> 34:43.380] solve that little problem. Plus the fact that now every time I try to unmute somebody, the thing
[34:43.380 --> 34:49.620] opens new tabs every time I do something. I got to figure that out too. All right, Jerry in Missouri.
[34:49.620 --> 34:55.940] What can we do for you? Oh, this is Jerry. What's going on, man? Oh, nothing much, Jerry. How's
[34:55.940 --> 35:04.100] things treating you? Very good. I was listening to your car. What was his name? Do you remember?
[35:05.780 --> 35:13.140] Well, I'll... First name. Yeah, don't start me lying, man. I can't remember things between one
[35:13.140 --> 35:16.260] break and another with all the crap that's going on here right now. I'm surprised I remember my
[35:16.260 --> 35:29.860] name. George, isn't it? Yeah. Anyway, a lot of people... Sometimes I've gotten friend requests
[35:29.860 --> 35:42.020] from people and it'll be somebody doesn't have a picture on their deal or just tell people to
[35:42.020 --> 35:52.020] message me or something. That'd be fine. But then again, if they're not my friend, sometimes I don't
[35:52.020 --> 36:01.300] see those notifications. But anyway, yeah, I'd like to try to help some of these people if I
[36:01.300 --> 36:08.340] could. But then again, like I said before, I haven't actually taken a case to court yet. I've
[36:08.340 --> 36:19.300] just gone by some different people who I believe have gone in there and done a good job as prosays.
[36:19.300 --> 36:25.940] But that's really the problem I run into the most is people have already shot their feet off.
[36:28.660 --> 36:34.580] Yeah, the biggest problem we have is when folks do this and they mess something up and have no
[36:34.580 --> 36:46.820] way to recover from what they just did. Yeah, that gets really frustrating. Now I've got a group
[36:47.620 --> 36:57.300] of people near in it. But even there, I think there are some people in that group that have
[36:57.300 --> 37:05.860] some good cases. And I'm not really sure why I have tried to goad them into it. But because I
[37:05.860 --> 37:09.860] you know, I believe they, you know, seem to me like they've studied enough.
[37:15.140 --> 37:22.100] They have a pretty good clue what's going on. I don't know. Maybe it's the 400 bucks.
[37:22.100 --> 37:29.380] I don't know. Well, possibly, folks, I apologize if y'all can hear that static and everything
[37:29.380 --> 37:34.580] that's coming through this. The bad weather is coming down hard here at the moment. And if we do
[37:34.580 --> 37:40.260] get cut off or anything, it'll be because we lost power. So everybody, please be aware. Hopefully,
[37:40.260 --> 37:43.460] it'll be because it hit the transformer down the street and not the house directly.
[37:44.180 --> 37:50.180] But again, I apologize for any background noise going on right now. Like I say, this mic is
[37:50.180 --> 37:54.980] extremely sensitive. As I used to say in the movie, Blue Thunder, this thing could pick up
[37:54.980 --> 38:05.860] a mouse fart at 300 feet. All right, Jerry, go ahead. Well, yeah, basically, I was just,
[38:05.860 --> 38:11.460] you know, putting out there that, you know, if people are going to friend me on Facebook,
[38:11.460 --> 38:17.620] it'd be a pretty good idea to to use a name that sounds like a real person's name and
[38:17.620 --> 38:24.740] maybe put a profile picture on there in a way that, you know, have something on your wall that
[38:25.620 --> 38:31.460] looks like you're not just somebody trying to spam me because I get really tired of that crap.
[38:31.460 --> 38:35.780] So yeah, I'm the same way. If I get a friend request from someone I don't know, I message
[38:35.780 --> 38:40.420] them back and ask who they are and why they want to be my friend. And I get them 24 hours
[38:40.420 --> 38:48.340] to respond and then I just delete the friend request. Right. And I do just about the exactly
[38:48.340 --> 38:55.300] the same thing. You know, well, anyway, I won't hang you up. There's probably other people who
[38:55.300 --> 39:03.780] want to call me. All right. Well, I appreciate you calling in. All right, man. All right. Thanks.
[39:03.780 --> 39:12.340] All right. Thanks. All right. Now, that being said, we have Scott in New York. Scott,
[39:12.340 --> 39:17.300] what can we do for you? Hello there. I think it's the first time I ever spoke through the
[39:17.300 --> 39:24.500] phone, not through the speaker. All right. Nice to speak with you. I've listened to a couple of
[39:24.500 --> 39:30.980] your shows. I've talked on Facebook a couple of times. I have a really very complex issue,
[39:30.980 --> 39:37.140] one of a kind began 12 years ago, but I won't go into that. But of late I've been getting a
[39:37.140 --> 39:45.460] grasp of stuff and I'm starting to, I guess that, well, I had just had my two cases dismissed in
[39:45.460 --> 39:49.780] June. One was an electric scooter in New York City, the scooter law. Another was suspended
[39:49.780 --> 39:54.740] license. They dismissed them both and sealed them just a few days ago. So they still have my
[39:54.740 --> 40:00.420] scooter. But what that case did was take me away from I'm a victim of corruption. That was Queens,
[40:00.420 --> 40:08.980] New York. Nassau County police do what my story is from 12 years ago, that they are playing
[40:08.980 --> 40:14.580] hardball with me because I called the cops on a cop. Anyway, I won't go into it. It's very long,
[40:14.580 --> 40:20.500] complex. However, my thing is I was going after a policeman that's involved in the big corruption
[40:20.500 --> 40:27.860] scandal from Malvern for an accident report that he wrote that was false that got my friend
[40:27.860 --> 40:33.780] canceled. I was driving her vehicle and it was a three-year deadline to bring a suit. And I went
[40:33.780 --> 40:39.060] to the small claims court and she was successful in taking out a claim for out of pocket three
[40:39.060 --> 40:44.500] grand for the kid against the kid who had the accident. I was doing the officer who wrote the
[40:44.500 --> 40:49.860] report to seize involved with corruption scandal. And that was bringing back something from years
[40:49.860 --> 40:54.980] ago. So reopened the statute of limitations. Now it's current again. And it turned me away
[40:54.980 --> 40:59.140] at the window and it relates. I'm sorry, this is wrong. There's something you said on one of
[40:59.140 --> 41:04.420] the shows that it was, you were talking about how it's patronized stuff that you have to provide
[41:04.420 --> 41:12.100] three forms of ID. That was from video I had seen. And he said it's Supreme court case. I'm trying
[41:12.100 --> 41:16.180] to find the Supreme court case. And then I heard you talking about it and you were saying that's
[41:16.180 --> 41:21.780] bullshit. Oh, sorry, because yeah, please watch the language. All right, everyone have a cow.
[41:21.780 --> 41:26.820] You keep doing that. I'm sorry. I won't do it again. So I went to the window of the small
[41:26.820 --> 41:31.620] claims court. They took my friend's suit and she actually missed the date because she's so busy
[41:31.620 --> 41:38.260] with other court cases, but mine, they refused to take my small claims suit. Six different clerks
[41:38.260 --> 41:42.580] came to the window. I spoke to them. One woman had me rewrite it. And it comes down to, they're
[41:42.580 --> 41:50.180] telling me I'm in the wrong court. My, my reality is as a federal rules of civil procedure, um,
[41:50.180 --> 41:55.620] rule five, they can't refuse to anything at the window. They have to take your documents.
[41:55.620 --> 42:00.660] Well, whether they, they look like a lawyer made them or not, a judge could refuse it,
[42:00.660 --> 42:06.500] but so six clerks refused the paperwork. And as I said, it was the last day of the statute of
[42:06.500 --> 42:11.140] limitations. It's three years since this incident happened. It was a fake accident. I bumped the
[42:11.140 --> 42:16.980] kid's mirror. Nothing happened to his car and I broke my mirror. The accident report said
[42:16.980 --> 42:21.620] different. I video. Anyway, the deal is it's fraud from the get-go. The kid had no damage.
[42:21.620 --> 42:28.500] He got three grand and it's all based on the proximate cause is that officer. There's no way
[42:28.500 --> 42:34.260] the kid could have done that without the officer. And that officer, as I mentioned, is tied right.
[42:35.140 --> 42:39.140] They were very malware and deadly involved. They pulled me over to set me up
[42:39.140 --> 42:45.940] back. And I was, you know, this officer is dirty. He's doing this on purpose. There was,
[42:45.940 --> 42:50.820] and I videotaped the accident showing the officer, look, this is damage here. Had nothing to do with
[42:50.820 --> 42:56.180] our accident. You see the rust. And I showed him this. We had contact, the mirrors. He has no
[42:56.180 --> 43:02.100] damage. His mirror didn't break. My side view mirror did. So moral of the story is the kid got
[43:02.100 --> 43:08.260] three grand. My friend got canceled. Her insurance is a double. She wasn't even able to hold the kid
[43:08.260 --> 43:14.260] accountable cause she's very old, very sick. And the police and the services are gone. Anyway,
[43:14.260 --> 43:19.380] I was hoping to take care of this for her by going after the officer. You can't claim for her.
[43:20.260 --> 43:26.020] You understand that, right? You can't claim for her. No, I'm not claiming for her. I'm claiming
[43:26.020 --> 43:31.780] that this officer wrote. I don't actually remember what the claim was that I'm like really
[43:31.780 --> 43:36.260] doing a billion things tonight too. Like you are in the middle of, and I was even listening to
[43:36.260 --> 43:41.300] another show. Yeah, but the thing is what I'm trying to get to here is I'm trying to understand
[43:41.300 --> 43:48.020] what you think your cause of action is. You did not suffer any personal harm. You did not suffer
[43:48.020 --> 43:53.060] any personal injury. It was not your property. That creates a problem. Hang on a sec. We'll
[43:53.060 --> 43:57.220] address this more on the other side. All right, folks, we'll be right back. So y'all hold on.

[46:15.620 --> 46:26.500] To the street, now did you read the news today? They say the danger's gone our way,
[46:26.500 --> 46:36.100] but I can see the fire's still light, burning into the night. There's too many men,
[46:36.100 --> 46:44.980] too many people, picking too many problems. And I must love to go around,
[46:44.980 --> 46:48.100] can't you see this is a land of confusion?
[46:51.780 --> 46:58.820] This is the world we live in, and these are the hands we give up.
[46:58.820 --> 47:14.820] Use them, let's start trying, to make it a place worth living in.
[47:14.820 --> 47:22.820] Oh Superman, where are you now? When everything's gone wrong somehow.
[47:22.820 --> 47:30.820] For men of steel and men of power, losing control by the hour.
[47:30.820 --> 47:38.820] This is the time, this is the place, for we look for the future.
[47:38.820 --> 47:46.820] But there's not much to love to go around. Tell me why this is a land of confusion.
[47:46.820 --> 47:56.820] This is the world we live in, and these are the hands we give up.
[47:56.820 --> 48:18.820] Use them, let's start trying, to make it a place worth living in.
[48:26.820 --> 48:36.820] I remember long ago, when the sun was shining.
[48:36.820 --> 48:42.820] And the stars were bright, all through the night.
[48:42.820 --> 48:56.820] I'm the sound of your laughter, as I held you tight, so long ago.
[49:12.820 --> 49:14.820] Alright Scott, let's see if we can continue this.
[49:14.820 --> 49:20.820] Since you have no direct injury in this, neither property nor person,
[49:20.820 --> 49:24.820] where do you figure you're getting any standing to pursue anything?
[49:24.820 --> 49:30.820] Oh well, I will disagree with that, but as I said, it was three years ago, and I'm in the middle of a...
[49:30.820 --> 49:34.820] Well, based upon what you just told me, I don't know how you would disagree with that.
[49:34.820 --> 49:38.820] The property was your friend's, correct?
[49:38.820 --> 49:40.820] The what, say again?
[49:40.820 --> 49:44.820] The property, the car you were in, was your friend's, right?
[49:44.820 --> 49:45.820] Yes.
[49:45.820 --> 49:50.820] The insurance the kid collected from was your friend's, right?
[49:50.820 --> 49:52.820] The insurance the kid, yes.
[49:52.820 --> 49:57.820] Okay, where did you suffer an injury?
[49:57.820 --> 50:01.820] Let me restate, I don't remember this as something from three years ago,
[50:01.820 --> 50:04.820] I'm working on a lot of current things now, and it's very complex,
[50:04.820 --> 50:08.820] but the insurance company that's involved is involved through the...
[50:08.820 --> 50:11.820] I'm going to drop that, let me just make one statement.
[50:11.820 --> 50:15.820] So the video I was talking about that you mentioned like two weeks ago,
[50:15.820 --> 50:19.820] you said it was gibberish, where you have to produce three forms of ID,
[50:19.820 --> 50:22.820] a public servant if they're working in that capacity, and you ask them,
[50:22.820 --> 50:26.820] and this is a video you spoke about, it was like two, three weeks ago,
[50:26.820 --> 50:28.820] you don't recall what I'm talking about?
[50:28.820 --> 50:34.820] No, you're talking about when you demand, they demand that you do it, or you demand that they do it?
[50:34.820 --> 50:39.820] That I demand that, for instance, the clerks behind the window wouldn't give me ID,
[50:39.820 --> 50:45.820] and I just want to go back, and I could use rule five, I could use...
[50:45.820 --> 50:47.820] Rule five of what?
[50:47.820 --> 50:49.820] The Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
[50:49.820 --> 50:55.820] What does Federal Rules of Civil Procedure has to do with a day-to-day interaction with a clerk?
[50:55.820 --> 50:58.820] Because he didn't take my paperwork, that was...
[50:58.820 --> 51:02.820] That's still not applicable under the rules of Federal Procedure.
[51:02.820 --> 51:10.820] That has to do with a case filed in federal court, not a daily interaction with a county or city clerk.
[51:10.820 --> 51:16.820] Okay, so then maybe I'm goofing on that, so you're saying he could refuse my paperwork?
[51:16.820 --> 51:23.820] I didn't say anything about your paperwork, I'm talking about your demand for ID from them.
[51:23.820 --> 51:25.820] Yeah, so they don't have to produce ID?
[51:25.820 --> 51:27.820] Well, I can go back and get the ID.
[51:27.820 --> 51:30.820] Anyway, let me fast forward to a more recent that is current in my head,
[51:30.820 --> 51:33.820] as I said, that's three years ago, and I'm doing 20 other things before...
[51:33.820 --> 51:39.820] Well, I'm trying to answer what you bring up, so if you got something different you won't answer it, you need to ask it.
[51:39.820 --> 51:44.820] Well, during the commercial, I looked at my paperwork, and I do things sequentially, not multitasked,
[51:44.820 --> 51:47.820] and I'm doing 40 things at once, brother.
[51:47.820 --> 51:48.820] You won't believe it.
[51:48.820 --> 51:50.820] However, let me ask you something that will be.
[51:50.820 --> 51:54.820] I had the two cases that with Justice Smith and Queens that happened last June,
[51:54.820 --> 52:00.820] riding the New York City electric bike law, which really is...
[52:00.820 --> 52:04.820] It was a wake-up call to me because I was aware of the movie Who Killed the Electric Car,
[52:04.820 --> 52:10.820] and what's going on with the New York City bike law and the same law they're using in other cities
[52:10.820 --> 52:15.820] is what's depicted in that movie. It's just now current.
[52:15.820 --> 52:19.820] Well, I haven't seen the movie, and I don't know how many listeners have seen the movie,
[52:19.820 --> 52:24.820] so I don't have a frame of reference for what you're using this information to lead up to.
[52:24.820 --> 52:29.820] Well, I hear you're busy, but I would strongly suggest you watch it
[52:29.820 --> 52:33.820] because what is shown in that movie is not even stronger today.
[52:33.820 --> 52:39.820] Well, Scott, the only problem is I can't answer your question now if I go watch the movie later.
[52:39.820 --> 52:44.820] So if you got a question I can answer for you, I will do my best.
[52:44.820 --> 52:49.820] Ken, I'll ask you a question you can't answer. Okay, so here's the deal.
[52:49.820 --> 52:53.820] I was arrested and they took my scooter for evidence last June, June 30th.
[52:53.820 --> 52:58.820] I dismissed that case in another case that I won't discuss just about a month ago.
[52:58.820 --> 53:03.820] I have a second appearance in small claims court where I'm suing that officer
[53:03.820 --> 53:08.820] that took my scooter June 30th last June, and it's still on property as I speak to you.
[53:08.820 --> 53:13.820] I'm suing him in small claims. I already tried once, and he showed up from an attorney,
[53:13.820 --> 53:17.820] and I spoke for a minute. They turned white and said they need more time, as much as possible,
[53:17.820 --> 53:22.820] and I gave them more time that time. Why did you give them more time?
[53:22.820 --> 53:29.820] Because I was busy also, as I mentioned. Too busy to get your scooter back or to win?
[53:29.820 --> 53:34.820] To win. I was too busy. I don't want to give away all my secrets now.
[53:34.820 --> 53:39.820] This is still common, but the question is now I have an appearance and he's going to show up again,
[53:39.820 --> 53:43.820] and they still have my – so now everything changes.
[53:43.820 --> 53:49.820] I was going – my cause of action was he was operating outside of the supreme law of the land,
[53:49.820 --> 53:53.820] and his – oh, now it's changed. Now they dismissed the cases.
[53:53.820 --> 53:59.820] They admitted, you know, and I've lost my vocation. I really – with the suspended license thing, I'm injured.
[53:59.820 --> 54:02.820] I had two bosses. I subcontract from an emergency plumber.
[54:02.820 --> 54:07.820] Both of them lost me. They have new people to replace me. The other guy's nice about it.
[54:07.820 --> 54:12.820] He says maybe I could use you on the weekend, but I haven't got – anyway, I've been out of work now for a year,
[54:12.820 --> 54:15.820] because these bastards took my – sorry. I'm sorry I did that again.
[54:15.820 --> 54:22.820] They took my scooter, and then they came right after me again, and again, this is tied to the corruption, so it gets tricky.
[54:22.820 --> 54:24.820] But the deal is I have a court date.
[54:24.820 --> 54:32.820] What should I substantiate the $5,000 I'm suing him in Smalls Plains Court now that it's a done deal?
[54:32.820 --> 54:34.820] They dismissed and sealed both cases.
[54:34.820 --> 54:38.820] Clearly, I have injuries. I have harm. They still have my property.
[54:38.820 --> 54:42.820] And what are you claiming as an injury or harm?
[54:42.820 --> 54:47.820] I was claiming he was operating. I was claiming what I said. Now it's changed.
[54:47.820 --> 54:54.820] So now I wouldn't mind taking some suggestions. I have some angles that I don't want to go into.
[54:54.820 --> 54:58.820] What does New York say your causes of action are, Scott?
[54:58.820 --> 55:05.820] Under these circumstances, what are you allowed to sue him for?
[55:05.820 --> 55:09.820] Well, for the jobs that I lost while my phone was in property.
[55:09.820 --> 55:18.820] So that's a cause of action in New York, that you can sue for lost income or lost wages because of the officer's actions?
[55:18.820 --> 55:26.820] What are you required to prove in your suit in order to win that argument and that cause?
[55:26.820 --> 55:28.820] Well, what I was going to prove now.
[55:28.820 --> 55:33.820] I didn't ask what you were going to prove. I asked what you are required to prove.
[55:33.820 --> 55:43.820] How do you prove the elements of your complaint in such a way to meet the cause of action and win it?
[55:43.820 --> 55:46.820] Well, I would like to hear some suggestions from you.
[55:46.820 --> 55:51.820] I don't know what they are. I haven't read the cause of action in New York to see what they are.
[55:51.820 --> 55:56.820] That's part of what you're supposed to do if you're going to pick a fight with these people.
[55:56.820 --> 56:05.820] You have to read that and understand what the elements of your claim are and then figure out how you can use the facts to prove them.
[56:05.820 --> 56:07.820] I didn't pick the fight with them.
[56:07.820 --> 56:08.820] You're suing him, right?
[56:08.820 --> 56:09.820] Sorry.
[56:09.820 --> 56:11.820] You're suing him, right?
[56:11.820 --> 56:12.820] Yeah.
[56:12.820 --> 56:14.820] Then you picked the fight.
[56:14.820 --> 56:17.820] As far as the claim goes, you picked the fight.
[56:17.820 --> 56:22.820] Well, I've been trying to get them in court for 12 years, brother. I can't leave.
[56:22.820 --> 56:28.820] Okay, well, the thing is there are some people that can't wait to try to jump over a car either.
[56:28.820 --> 56:34.820] And then there are those that don't prepare for it and wind up on their face or run over.
[56:34.820 --> 56:40.820] I'm trying to ask if you're one of those or if you're someone that actually trained for this.
[56:40.820 --> 56:42.820] Well, I'm doing my best, yes.
[56:42.820 --> 56:49.820] And I'm a little overwhelmed, but, yes, I'm training for this and I seem to have what it takes, too.
[56:49.820 --> 56:58.820] Okay, well, again, if you've trained for this, then you had to write a complaint against the cop and file it in your suit, did you not?
[56:58.820 --> 56:59.820] I did.
[56:59.820 --> 57:10.820] And in that complaint, you had to state each of the causes of action as your claim of injury or restitution to which you are entitled
[57:10.820 --> 57:19.820] and state the elements of that and how the facts align with the elements to prove your claim, right?
[57:19.820 --> 57:22.820] Okay.
[57:22.820 --> 57:27.820] Not okay, did you or didn't you?
[57:27.820 --> 57:30.820] Um, I don't really know.
[57:30.820 --> 57:37.820] Then you are not prepared and you are not training for this if you don't know.
[57:37.820 --> 57:44.820] How do you file a lawsuit and win it when you don't know what you're supposed to be arguing about and how to do it so you can win?
[57:44.820 --> 57:49.820] Well, my argument changed just two weeks ago and they dismissed it. My argument, I was going to...
[57:49.820 --> 57:53.820] How did your original argument change because of something else?
[57:53.820 --> 57:59.820] I can see it adding causes of action, I can see it taking away causes of action,
[57:59.820 --> 58:05.820] but I can't see it changing any of those that remain if you already had them.
[58:05.820 --> 58:12.820] Well, to tell you the truth, the officer that I am suing, he was directed from a different officer that I would like to...
[58:12.820 --> 58:17.820] What I'm using against this man, I would like to use against that man, but I don't want to give it away.
[58:17.820 --> 58:23.820] But I have been doing some research, I've been studying with people like Yochauva for a couple of years now.
[58:23.820 --> 58:26.820] I'm just not well spoken, but my paperwork is.
[58:26.820 --> 58:28.820] And I don't want to...
[58:28.820 --> 58:30.820] Now what I'm doing with this cop should be easy.
[58:30.820 --> 58:36.820] I figured my next one, I'll take it out on the real dude that the guy that directed him to arrest.
[58:36.820 --> 58:41.820] And I also have him on video too, searching my van and calling back to the captain on...
[58:41.820 --> 58:43.820] First he shuts my recorder off on the dash.
[58:43.820 --> 58:46.820] Okay, well hang on, I got a break coming up, Scott.
[58:46.820 --> 58:48.820] All right folks, y'all hold on, we'll be right back.
[58:48.820 --> 58:52.820] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world,
[58:52.820 --> 58:57.820] yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it.
[58:57.820 --> 59:01.820] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text,
[59:01.820 --> 59:06.820] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the scripture.
[59:06.820 --> 59:08.820] Enter the recovery version.

[59:59.820 --> 01:00:04.820] The following news flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown.
[01:00:04.820 --> 01:00:07.820] Markets for Friday, the 2nd of June, 2017,
[01:00:07.820 --> 01:00:11.820] closed off with gold at $1,278.45 an ounce,
[01:00:11.820 --> 01:00:14.820] silver $17.51 an ounce,
[01:00:14.820 --> 01:00:17.820] Texas crude $48.36 a barrel,
[01:00:17.820 --> 01:00:24.820] and Bitcoin is still going up sitting at about $2,472 US currency.
[01:00:24.820 --> 01:00:27.820] Today in history, the year 1953,
[01:00:27.820 --> 01:00:30.820] the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II,
[01:00:30.820 --> 01:00:33.820] crowned Queen of the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,
[01:00:33.820 --> 01:00:37.820] and her other realms and territories and head of the Commonwealth,
[01:00:37.820 --> 01:00:41.820] marks one of the first major international events to be televised.
[01:00:41.820 --> 01:00:46.820] Today in history.
[01:00:46.820 --> 01:00:49.820] In recent news, President Donald Trump announced the US would withdraw
[01:00:49.820 --> 01:00:54.820] from the UN Paris Accord on climate change this last Thursday, yesterday,
[01:00:54.820 --> 01:00:55.820] stating that, quote,
[01:00:55.820 --> 01:00:57.820] the US will withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord
[01:00:57.820 --> 01:01:01.820] but begin negotiations to reenter either the Paris Accord
[01:01:01.820 --> 01:01:06.820] or a really entirely new transaction on terms that are fair to the United States,
[01:01:06.820 --> 01:01:10.820] its businesses, its workers, its people, its taxpayers.
[01:01:10.820 --> 01:01:12.820] This, as could be predictably expected,
[01:01:12.820 --> 01:01:15.820] had G7, formerly G8, leaders in a frenzy,
[01:01:15.820 --> 01:01:19.820] notably Chinese dictatorship admiring Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau,
[01:01:19.820 --> 01:01:21.820] who in a statement said that, quote,
[01:01:21.820 --> 01:01:24.820] we are deeply disappointed that the United States federal government
[01:01:24.820 --> 01:01:26.820] has decided to withdraw from the Paris Agreement,
[01:01:26.820 --> 01:01:30.820] or French Socialist President Emmanuel Macron saying that it's, quote,
[01:01:30.820 --> 01:01:34.820] a mistake for our planet, wherever we live, whoever we are,
[01:01:34.820 --> 01:01:37.820] we all share the same responsibility to make our planet great again,
[01:01:37.820 --> 01:01:40.820] along with UK Prime Minister Theresa May,
[01:01:40.820 --> 01:01:42.820] German Chancellor Angela Merkel,
[01:01:42.820 --> 01:01:44.820] and Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni,
[01:01:44.820 --> 01:01:46.820] all stating disapproval as well.
[01:01:46.820 --> 01:01:48.820] Even Russia, 8th in the former G8,
[01:01:48.820 --> 01:01:50.820] stated the great significance it saw in the Paris Agreement
[01:01:50.820 --> 01:01:53.820] hours before Trump made his announcement,
[01:01:53.820 --> 01:01:56.820] not to mention a Vatican spokesman from the Holy See
[01:01:56.820 --> 01:01:59.820] expressed the pontiff's dismay at President Trump's decision.
[01:01:59.820 --> 01:02:01.820] Unfortunately, world leaders and media pundits
[01:02:01.820 --> 01:02:04.820] failed to ask the opinions of another more important base,
[01:02:04.820 --> 01:02:06.820] the American taxpayer,
[01:02:06.820 --> 01:02:09.820] because they were never consulted via referendum or congressional vote
[01:02:09.820 --> 01:02:12.820] when President Obama decided to unilaterally sign up the US
[01:02:12.820 --> 01:02:16.820] to an agreement that would have major effects on industry in the United States.
[01:02:16.820 --> 01:02:19.820] Or maybe they should have asked major climate change proponent,
[01:02:19.820 --> 01:02:23.820] American adjunct professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences
[01:02:23.820 --> 01:02:25.820] at Columbia University, James Hansen,
[01:02:25.820 --> 01:02:27.820] what he thought of the agreement,
[01:02:27.820 --> 01:02:30.820] which he actually called a fraud, really, a fake,
[01:02:30.820 --> 01:02:32.820] it's just worthless words,
[01:02:32.820 --> 01:02:35.820] mostly because there was no solution to CO2 emissions
[01:02:35.820 --> 01:02:37.820] other than charging more for energy,
[01:02:37.820 --> 01:02:40.820] which would only disproportionately hurt the most vulnerable.
[01:02:40.820 --> 01:02:44.820] The Lone Star Lowdown is currently looking for sponsors.
[01:02:44.820 --> 01:02:47.820] If you have a product or a service that you'd like to advertise with us,
[01:02:47.820 --> 01:02:52.820] feel free to give me a call at 210-363-2257.
[01:02:52.820 --> 01:02:57.820] This was Rick Rodey with your Lowdown for June 2, 2017.

[01:03:37.820 --> 01:03:39.820] Alright, folks, we are back.
[01:03:39.820 --> 01:03:41.820] This is Rule of Law Radio.
[01:03:41.820 --> 01:03:45.820] We are live tonight despite the weather and the technical difficulties.
[01:03:45.820 --> 01:03:49.820] That being said, let's get back to being live with Scott here.
[01:03:49.820 --> 01:03:53.820] Alright, Scott, let's see if we can't get this wrapped up good, bad, or ugly,
[01:03:53.820 --> 01:03:55.820] because I've got other people in line.
[01:03:55.820 --> 01:03:57.820] Yes, okay, I'll try and make this quick.
[01:03:57.820 --> 01:04:01.820] So the deal is they declared me, they made a legal determination
[01:04:01.820 --> 01:04:03.820] that I'm a sovereign citizen.
[01:04:03.820 --> 01:04:04.820] Who did?
[01:04:04.820 --> 01:04:06.820] Who made a legal determination?
[01:04:06.820 --> 01:04:10.820] Everybody, absolutely everybody, the desk sergeant,
[01:04:10.820 --> 01:04:13.820] the guy in the truck that he didn't realize there was a video camera
[01:04:13.820 --> 01:04:17.820] taping him, and even called back on the radio to the desk officer,
[01:04:17.820 --> 01:04:20.820] I've got your sovereign citizen coming back to you.
[01:04:20.820 --> 01:04:23.820] This is the second arrest, so they declared me that.
[01:04:23.820 --> 01:04:25.820] Everybody except the kid I'm suing.
[01:04:25.820 --> 01:04:29.820] He actually asked me at the stop if I was.
[01:04:29.820 --> 01:04:31.820] Asking is okay.
[01:04:31.820 --> 01:04:33.820] Every other one of them, they made a decision.
[01:04:33.820 --> 01:04:35.820] Let me ask you this question, Scott.
[01:04:35.820 --> 01:04:41.820] Did the court or the opposing counsel in the case that you filed,
[01:04:41.820 --> 01:04:45.820] or in the criminal case against you, I'm assuming that's what it was,
[01:04:45.820 --> 01:04:53.820] did any of those people label you as such in any other proceedings
[01:04:53.820 --> 01:04:56.820] as they progressed?
[01:04:56.820 --> 01:05:02.820] No, but the public defender did mention that some of my speaking sounded like them,
[01:05:02.820 --> 01:05:08.820] but I made absolute clarification that I'm not into the vapor money fear,
[01:05:08.820 --> 01:05:10.820] I'm not a redemptive redemptionist.
[01:05:10.820 --> 01:05:14.820] Then what everybody else said outside of that venue is their opinion
[01:05:14.820 --> 01:05:20.820] and doesn't mean doodly squat unless they communicated it to the court
[01:05:20.820 --> 01:05:27.820] and the court used that to disparage your rights or your claims in some manner.
[01:05:27.820 --> 01:05:29.820] Well, yeah, they impounded the vehicle.
[01:05:29.820 --> 01:05:32.820] The court didn't impound the vehicle.
[01:05:32.820 --> 01:05:35.820] Well, then who do I go after, the court or the cops?
[01:05:35.820 --> 01:05:38.820] You can't go after the court, Scott.
[01:05:38.820 --> 01:05:41.820] You can't go after the court.
[01:05:41.820 --> 01:05:44.820] Hey, Scott, Scott.
[01:05:44.820 --> 01:05:45.820] Yeah?
[01:05:45.820 --> 01:05:49.820] Why are you even asking that question?
[01:05:49.820 --> 01:05:52.820] Because I thought I had to go after the cops who took my property
[01:05:52.820 --> 01:05:54.820] and then after that I was going to go after...
[01:05:54.820 --> 01:05:59.820] What did I say to make you think that I had somehow told you to do different?
[01:05:59.820 --> 01:06:01.820] Oh, so that I'm on the right track.
[01:06:01.820 --> 01:06:04.820] As far as the taking of your property, yes.
[01:06:04.820 --> 01:06:10.820] As far as your rights being violated by being called a sovereign citizen, no.
[01:06:10.820 --> 01:06:15.820] That's just an idiot's opinion stated by an idiot.
[01:06:15.820 --> 01:06:22.820] But if the courts, if the courts or the counsel in the courts,
[01:06:22.820 --> 01:06:28.820] if the court or the counsel in the court tried to use that to disparage you
[01:06:28.820 --> 01:06:32.820] in the eyes of the court or in your cause,
[01:06:32.820 --> 01:06:36.820] then you would have a claim of not getting due process
[01:06:36.820 --> 01:06:39.820] of prejudicial treatment by the court.
[01:06:39.820 --> 01:06:43.820] If that did not happen, then you don't have anything to do with that
[01:06:43.820 --> 01:06:45.820] as far as appealing your case.
[01:06:45.820 --> 01:06:48.820] But you can't sue the court even if they did that
[01:06:48.820 --> 01:06:51.820] unless you could first prove the court was acting without jurisdiction
[01:06:51.820 --> 01:06:53.820] in the first place, which would be hard to do
[01:06:53.820 --> 01:06:59.820] considering you'd never raised a jurisdictional issue, I'm thinking.
[01:06:59.820 --> 01:07:00.820] No.
[01:07:00.820 --> 01:07:03.820] Well, I did in the beginning with them when I took the public defender.
[01:07:03.820 --> 01:07:05.820] They had jurisdiction.
[01:07:05.820 --> 01:07:09.820] Okay, not true, but beside the point.
[01:07:09.820 --> 01:07:11.820] Anyway, we were going to wrap this up.
[01:07:11.820 --> 01:07:15.820] What is your point that will allow us to do that?
[01:07:15.820 --> 01:07:18.820] Well, what should I focus on now that they dismissed them clearly?
[01:07:18.820 --> 01:07:20.820] They owe me something.
[01:07:20.820 --> 01:07:23.820] Well, there is no clearly they owe you something.
[01:07:23.820 --> 01:07:26.820] What I said before still goes.
[01:07:26.820 --> 01:07:31.820] Either you have a cause of action you can sue for or you don't.
[01:07:31.820 --> 01:07:34.820] If you don't know what a cause of action is,
[01:07:34.820 --> 01:07:37.820] then we're not going to make much out of this conversation.
[01:07:37.820 --> 01:07:41.820] Well, what I was going after was some sort of key because my property is...
[01:07:41.820 --> 01:07:44.820] I don't care what you're going after.
[01:07:44.820 --> 01:07:47.820] What matters is whether or not you have any legal standing
[01:07:47.820 --> 01:07:50.820] to get anything in the first place.
[01:07:50.820 --> 01:07:53.820] And it may not be what you're wanting to go after
[01:07:53.820 --> 01:07:55.820] that would allow you to collect.
[01:07:55.820 --> 01:07:57.820] It may be something else.
[01:07:57.820 --> 01:08:01.820] But what I'm hearing is, is you don't know what that would be.
[01:08:01.820 --> 01:08:03.820] You don't know how to figure out what that would be.
[01:08:03.820 --> 01:08:06.820] You're just throwing darts at the wall blindfolded
[01:08:06.820 --> 01:08:09.820] and hoping you're hitting the dartboard.
[01:08:09.820 --> 01:08:11.820] Does that sound about right?
[01:08:11.820 --> 01:08:13.820] I don't like that analogy. No, I don't like that.
[01:08:13.820 --> 01:08:16.820] Well, you may not like it, but that's a description of what I'm getting here
[01:08:16.820 --> 01:08:18.820] from what you're doing.
[01:08:18.820 --> 01:08:22.820] If you do not know what your causes of action against the cop are,
[01:08:22.820 --> 01:08:27.820] how are you going to write them down and file them in the court?
[01:08:27.820 --> 01:08:31.820] How are you going to demand discovery and get the evidence you need
[01:08:31.820 --> 01:08:36.820] to prove the elements of those claims in that court?
[01:08:36.820 --> 01:08:38.820] Which court are you talking?
[01:08:38.820 --> 01:08:41.820] Whatever court you're going to sue him in.
[01:08:41.820 --> 01:08:45.820] Well, I'm suing them in the small claims, but what they had me in was criminal.
[01:08:45.820 --> 01:08:47.820] Anyway, it is kind of complex.
[01:08:47.820 --> 01:08:50.820] No, it's not complex. You're mixing your two cases,
[01:08:50.820 --> 01:08:54.820] the cases against you by them and your case against them by you.
[01:08:54.820 --> 01:08:56.820] They're not the same case.
[01:08:56.820 --> 01:08:57.820] I agree, yes.
[01:08:57.820 --> 01:09:02.820] I'm talking about the one you're trying to file against them in small claims.
[01:09:02.820 --> 01:09:07.820] Even in small claims court, you have to have standing to make a claim
[01:09:07.820 --> 01:09:11.820] and you have to have a valid claim in which to get relief.
[01:09:11.820 --> 01:09:16.820] If you don't have that, you're not getting anywhere.
[01:09:16.820 --> 01:09:20.820] Well, my claim is they're involved in this corruption.
[01:09:20.820 --> 01:09:26.820] You cannot show the corruption harms you by its very existence.
[01:09:26.820 --> 01:09:30.820] You can only sue for an injury that you have suffered.
[01:09:30.820 --> 01:09:32.820] Are we clear on this point?
[01:09:32.820 --> 01:09:37.820] I have not only suffered, I'm still suffering and I can prove that, absolutely.
[01:09:37.820 --> 01:09:41.820] Right now, the only injury that you've informed me anything about
[01:09:41.820 --> 01:09:45.820] on which you might possibly have a claim is the fact that they took your property
[01:09:45.820 --> 01:09:51.820] without cause and the loss of that property caused you to lose the jobs you had.
[01:09:51.820 --> 01:09:54.820] Now, either there is a cause of action for that that you can sue for
[01:09:54.820 --> 01:09:58.820] in small claims court or some other court in New York
[01:09:58.820 --> 01:10:02.820] and you know how to write the complaint sufficiently to make those allegations,
[01:10:02.820 --> 01:10:07.820] cite those specific elements, and bring forth the evidence to prove them in your favor,
[01:10:07.820 --> 01:10:09.820] or you don't.
[01:10:09.820 --> 01:10:12.820] If you don't, you're throwing darts at the wall.
[01:10:12.820 --> 01:10:19.820] If you do, then you should have already known how to do all this before you started it.
[01:10:19.820 --> 01:10:24.820] Okay, well, not so easily. Okay, well, there you go. You just answered what I needed,
[01:10:24.820 --> 01:10:27.820] a simple plan to focus things.
[01:10:27.820 --> 01:10:33.820] I work at a very slow pace, but I'm not throwing no darts at the wall. You'll see.
[01:10:33.820 --> 01:10:36.820] Okay. Well, thanks for calling in.
[01:10:36.820 --> 01:10:37.820] Thank you so much.
[01:10:37.820 --> 01:10:38.820] You're welcome.
[01:10:38.820 --> 01:10:39.820] Enjoy that weather there.
[01:10:39.820 --> 01:10:42.820] Yeah, thanks. Bye.
[01:10:42.820 --> 01:10:44.820] Well, that was an event.
[01:10:44.820 --> 01:10:47.820] All right, now we've got Robert in Texas.
[01:10:47.820 --> 01:10:50.820] Robert, what can we do for you?
[01:10:50.820 --> 01:10:55.820] All right. Short and sweet, I'm down the road from here in New Brunswick,
[01:10:55.820 --> 01:11:01.820] and I went to court several times just basically as a cop watch,
[01:11:01.820 --> 01:11:04.820] and our court watch, I should say,
[01:11:04.820 --> 01:11:11.820] and what they're doing is it appears they're calling people in for a pretrial hearing.
[01:11:11.820 --> 01:11:15.820] The judge never shows up, claims to be sick.
[01:11:15.820 --> 01:11:19.820] This is so that you can conference with the prosecutor, correct?
[01:11:19.820 --> 01:11:20.820] Yeah.
[01:11:20.820 --> 01:11:21.820] Yeah.
[01:11:21.820 --> 01:11:26.820] So they're using the jeopardy of a court pretrial hearing that's required by law,
[01:11:26.820 --> 01:11:29.820] or can be, you know, the authority of law,
[01:11:29.820 --> 01:11:33.820] and then when you get there, there's no judge, so they can have no hearing.
[01:11:33.820 --> 01:11:37.820] Right, and see, the problem is the Code of Criminal Procedure says
[01:11:37.820 --> 01:11:43.820] there's only very specific ways that a court can call you to appear before it.
[01:11:43.820 --> 01:11:51.820] Warrant, subpoena, or complaint with a, I'm sorry, summons or subpoena.
[01:11:51.820 --> 01:11:58.820] Those are the only legally valid ways and only the things associated with those things
[01:11:58.820 --> 01:12:01.820] that the court has any lawful authority to call you to appear.
[01:12:01.820 --> 01:12:06.820] They have no authority to make you appear to have a conference with the prosecutor.
[01:12:06.820 --> 01:12:12.820] That right there is the court acting prejudicially in favor of the prosecution
[01:12:12.820 --> 01:12:17.820] by facilitating meetings between the prosecutor and the defendant
[01:12:17.820 --> 01:12:21.820] so that they can cut work, cut up a deal where the court doesn't have to do its job,
[01:12:21.820 --> 01:12:24.820] but still gets a share of the money.
[01:12:24.820 --> 01:12:25.820] Right.
[01:12:25.820 --> 01:12:26.820] Okay?
[01:12:26.820 --> 01:12:35.820] There's no question that this little practice that they're engaging in is absolutely illegal.
[01:12:35.820 --> 01:12:44.820] Well, I tried to go to the sheriff's department and just file a complaint against the city attorney,
[01:12:44.820 --> 01:12:51.820] a prosecuting attorney, for holding court without authority,
[01:12:51.820 --> 01:12:56.820] and of course it took an hour and a half to convince them somebody to take my complaint.
[01:12:56.820 --> 01:13:01.820] When they finally took the complaint, it was only a witness statement,
[01:13:01.820 --> 01:13:04.820] and needless to say, I haven't heard back from them since then.
[01:13:04.820 --> 01:13:07.820] Now this is the municipal court we're talking about?
[01:13:07.820 --> 01:13:10.820] Yeah, it's about the municipal court.
[01:13:10.820 --> 01:13:12.820] And a city attorney, right?
[01:13:12.820 --> 01:13:16.820] Right, and I went to the sheriff's department to make the complaint.
[01:13:16.820 --> 01:13:20.820] Well, you know that you can actually sue that city attorney, right?
[01:13:20.820 --> 01:13:22.820] Right.
[01:13:22.820 --> 01:13:25.820] Because here is the reason why.
[01:13:25.820 --> 01:13:30.820] The Code of Criminal Procedure, unconstitutionally in 45.201,
[01:13:30.820 --> 01:13:36.820] attempts to authorize municipal attorneys to act as state prosecutors.
[01:13:36.820 --> 01:13:40.820] There is absolutely no constitutional authority for that.
[01:13:40.820 --> 01:13:46.820] The delegated power to prosecute in the name of the state is given only to two elected officials,
[01:13:46.820 --> 01:13:48.820] the county or district attorney.
[01:13:48.820 --> 01:13:53.820] The city attorney is not a member of either of those offices.
[01:13:53.820 --> 01:13:57.820] He is not a member of the team of either of those offices.
[01:13:57.820 --> 01:14:02.820] That is especially true when the city attorney is actually a private law firm.
[01:14:02.820 --> 01:14:06.820] The city attorney is unelected in all instances.
[01:14:06.820 --> 01:14:12.820] They are appointed by someone within the city or hired by someone within the city.
[01:14:12.820 --> 01:14:16.820] In other words, they have zero public accountability.
[01:14:16.820 --> 01:14:20.820] But since they cannot lawfully act in the name of the state,
[01:14:20.820 --> 01:14:25.820] they cannot have state immunity for their actions
[01:14:25.820 --> 01:14:30.820] when those actions are unconstitutional and illegal.
[01:14:30.820 --> 01:14:33.820] Sounds good.
[01:14:33.820 --> 01:14:39.820] The legislature, through the statute, cannot delegate a constitutionally delegated power
[01:14:39.820 --> 01:14:44.820] to an unaccountable office that has no public accountability
[01:14:44.820 --> 01:14:47.820] and is not authorized to exercise that power.
[01:14:47.820 --> 01:14:53.820] And everything to do with a municipal court is with no elected official in most cities.
[01:14:53.820 --> 01:14:55.820] That's absolutely right.
[01:14:55.820 --> 01:14:58.820] The very fact that the judge in a municipal court is appointed and not elected
[01:14:58.820 --> 01:15:03.820] is just one more argument about why municipal courts do not have valid lawful authority
[01:15:03.820 --> 01:15:07.820] over the people of Texas or any other state.
[01:15:07.820 --> 01:15:09.820] Yeah.
[01:15:09.820 --> 01:15:15.820] If I filed a criminal charge against me, what would you suggest that I try to label it as?
[01:15:15.820 --> 01:15:17.820] Well, here's what I would do.
[01:15:17.820 --> 01:15:21.820] Impersonating a judicial officer is what I'd do.
[01:15:21.820 --> 01:15:22.820] Okay.
[01:15:22.820 --> 01:15:25.820] Let's see.
[01:15:25.820 --> 01:15:30.820] Unlawful impersonating a public servant is another
[01:15:30.820 --> 01:15:36.820] because a city attorney, by definition, cannot sit as a prosecutor in the name of the state.
[01:15:36.820 --> 01:15:38.820] Cannot do it.
[01:15:38.820 --> 01:15:42.820] The statute cannot authorize them to do it
[01:15:42.820 --> 01:15:50.820] because that is a constitutionally delegated power.
[01:15:50.820 --> 01:15:53.820] So you can file impersonation of a public servant,
[01:15:53.820 --> 01:15:56.820] impersonation of a judicial officer.
[01:15:56.820 --> 01:15:58.820] Both of those would fly.
[01:15:58.820 --> 01:16:00.820] Okay.
[01:16:00.820 --> 01:16:06.820] You can also file, since they are actually public servants,
[01:16:06.820 --> 01:16:12.820] as acting on behalf of a governmental entity, the city,
[01:16:12.820 --> 01:16:17.820] you should be able to also charge them with official oppression and abuse of official capacity.
[01:16:17.820 --> 01:16:21.820] Now watch. This is how I guarantee you this would play out.
[01:16:21.820 --> 01:16:27.820] If you actually tried to charge a city attorney who was a hired gun attorney, especially,
[01:16:27.820 --> 01:16:31.820] with official oppression and abuse of official capacity,
[01:16:31.820 --> 01:16:38.820] they would come to their defense screaming that they are not public servants subject to those charges.
[01:16:38.820 --> 01:16:43.820] Which means they just shot the prosecutorial power they've been claiming that they had
[01:16:43.820 --> 01:16:47.820] right between the eyes and threw them under the bus anyway.
[01:16:47.820 --> 01:16:51.820] Hang on just a second, Robert, and we'll finish this up on the other side, okay?
[01:16:51.820 --> 01:17:16.820] All right, folks, we'll be right back after this break, so y'all hang in there.

[01:17:46.820 --> 01:17:47.820] No.
[01:17:47.820 --> 01:17:48.820] Can I use my Amazon pride?
[01:17:48.820 --> 01:17:49.820] No.
[01:17:49.820 --> 01:17:50.820] I mean, yes.
[01:17:50.820 --> 01:17:53.820] Oh, giving without doing anything or spending any money.
[01:17:53.820 --> 01:17:54.820] This is perfect.
[01:17:54.820 --> 01:17:56.820] Thank you so much.
[01:17:56.820 --> 01:17:57.820] You're welcome.
[01:17:57.820 --> 01:18:26.820] Happy holidays, Logos.

[01:19:02.060 --> 01:19:07.020] This is the Logos radio network.
[01:19:22.940 --> 01:19:25.700] As I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
[01:19:25.700 --> 01:19:29.060] I take a look at my life and realize there's nothing left.
[01:19:29.060 --> 01:19:32.180] Cuz I've been blastin' and laughin' so long that
[01:19:32.180 --> 01:19:34.740] even my mama thinks that my mind is gone.
[01:19:34.740 --> 01:19:37.860] But I ain't never crossed a man that didn't deserve it.
[01:19:37.860 --> 01:19:41.140] He be treated like a punk, you know that's unheard of.
[01:19:41.140 --> 01:19:44.100] You better watch how you're talkin' and where you're walkin'.
[01:19:44.100 --> 01:19:47.060] Or you and your homies might be lyin' in chalk.
[01:19:47.060 --> 01:19:49.860] I really hate to trip, but I gotta loc.
[01:19:49.860 --> 01:19:53.300] As they cope, I see myself in the pistol smoke, fool.
[01:19:53.300 --> 01:19:55.780] I'm the kind of G that let her homies wanna beat.
[01:19:55.780 --> 01:19:57.480] Like on my knees in the night,altar p UK.
[01:19:57.500 --> 01:19:59.860] Sayin prayers in the street life.
[01:19:59.860 --> 01:20:05.780] Been spending most of life, living in the deathless paradise.
[01:20:05.780 --> 01:20:11.700] Been spending most of life, living in the deathless paradise.
[01:20:11.700 --> 01:20:17.220] Keep spending most of life, living in the deathless paradise.
[01:20:17.220 --> 01:20:27.580] Look at the situation, they got me facing, I can't live a normal life.
[01:20:27.580 --> 01:20:31.780] I was raised by the sky, so I gotta be damn with the hoodie.
[01:20:31.780 --> 01:20:34.740] All right, folks, we are back again.
[01:20:34.740 --> 01:20:38.220] We have three segments remaining in this show.
[01:20:38.220 --> 01:20:39.820] Let's see if we can't make the most of them.
[01:20:39.820 --> 01:20:41.420] All right, let's get back to Robert here.
[01:20:41.420 --> 01:20:42.940] All right, Robert.
[01:20:42.940 --> 01:20:49.420] Well, we're back in here in the San, you said New Braunfels, municipal court, municipal
[01:20:49.420 --> 01:20:54.260] attorney, and the issue that you're having with them specifically, other than them calling
[01:20:54.260 --> 01:20:58.180] you into court to have a meeting with the prosecutor, which they're not allowed to do
[01:20:58.180 --> 01:21:02.420] by law, what else is going on with them of anything?
[01:21:02.420 --> 01:21:05.540] Yeah, I don't actually have a case before them.
[01:21:05.540 --> 01:21:09.700] I was just there as a court, well, to observe the court.
[01:21:09.700 --> 01:21:15.260] And I have been following up on this for the past six months since you've been talking
[01:21:15.260 --> 01:21:16.260] about it.
[01:21:16.260 --> 01:21:21.020] And you're right, everything they're doing is in violation of the law, it's skirting
[01:21:21.020 --> 01:21:27.500] the law, they're bringing them in and making them subject to the law, and then the judge
[01:21:27.500 --> 01:21:28.740] never shows up.
[01:21:28.740 --> 01:21:33.300] And it's just downright insanity.
[01:21:33.300 --> 01:21:37.420] And I mainly just want to get this before a county judge.
[01:21:37.420 --> 01:21:41.700] Yeah, and the biggest thing is, is they never hold a probable cause hearing like they're
[01:21:41.700 --> 01:21:43.320] supposed to do.
[01:21:43.320 --> 01:21:47.060] They keep trying to say that examining trials are for felonies only, but that's not what
[01:21:47.060 --> 01:21:49.980] the statute says, nor is it what the case law says.
[01:21:49.980 --> 01:21:56.660] The actual case law says the examining trial is a requirement, even in a misdemeanor, and
[01:21:56.660 --> 01:22:04.860] that the examining trial probable cause cannot be determined by the complaint on its face.
[01:22:04.860 --> 01:22:11.120] If the complaint was the only thing necessary to establish probable cause, then no challenge
[01:22:11.120 --> 01:22:14.740] to what a cop says could ever fly.
[01:22:14.740 --> 01:22:19.860] There would be no requirement for a magistrate to make a probable cause finding if the complainant
[01:22:19.860 --> 01:22:23.060] alone could make it just by making the complaint.
[01:22:23.060 --> 01:22:27.140] I made a complaint, therefore probable cause is established, baloney.
[01:22:27.140 --> 01:22:28.540] Yeah, right.
[01:22:28.540 --> 01:22:34.740] Well, the other thing they're doing is they're prosecuting directly off the citation.
[01:22:34.740 --> 01:22:38.100] They're not getting the signed agreement for...
[01:22:38.100 --> 01:22:40.700] Which is also illegal.
[01:22:40.700 --> 01:22:42.860] Which is illegal entirely.
[01:22:42.860 --> 01:22:50.380] And from what I understand, this is going on in several, you know, just about every
[01:22:50.380 --> 01:22:53.460] municipal court in the damn state, excuse me.
[01:22:53.460 --> 01:22:56.860] So I'm trying to fight this, you know, trying to get it started here so I know what to do
[01:22:56.860 --> 01:22:57.860] at the next town.
[01:22:57.860 --> 01:22:58.860] Yeah.
[01:22:58.860 --> 01:23:00.340] Well, that's the beauty of the seminar material.
[01:23:00.340 --> 01:23:03.680] All the things you're raising, I've already raised numerous times.
[01:23:03.680 --> 01:23:10.220] I've got every legal pleading you can imagine on everything they do wrong and then some.
[01:23:10.220 --> 01:23:15.060] And the more time I spend on this fighting other issues and doing more case law research,
[01:23:15.060 --> 01:23:19.300] the more stuff I'm digging up that proves they're doing it even worse than even I thought.
[01:23:19.300 --> 01:23:21.340] And I didn't think that was possible.
[01:23:21.340 --> 01:23:25.300] You got 20, 20 billion.
[01:23:25.300 --> 01:23:26.300] Yeah.
[01:23:26.300 --> 01:23:28.780] Well, I wish that part was still true.
[01:23:28.780 --> 01:23:36.300] But yeah, they are absolutely in no cognitive way complying with law.
[01:23:36.300 --> 01:23:40.780] They are ignoring due process and violating rights at every single turn.
[01:23:40.780 --> 01:23:46.380] If they manage to get one thing right, guaranteed the next three things will be completely wrong.
[01:23:46.380 --> 01:23:47.380] Guaranteed.
[01:23:47.380 --> 01:23:55.580] Well, the one action acting without a judicial authority is a class B felony in this state.
[01:23:55.580 --> 01:23:58.860] And they did it 15 times per session.
[01:23:58.860 --> 01:23:59.860] Yeah.
[01:23:59.860 --> 01:24:00.860] Yeah.
[01:24:00.860 --> 01:24:05.060] Well, the thing is, is now abuse or official oppression is now a third degree felony.
[01:24:05.060 --> 01:24:06.700] Oh, okay.
[01:24:06.700 --> 01:24:10.540] So I'm sorry.
[01:24:10.540 --> 01:24:12.860] It's either a third or a state jail.
[01:24:12.860 --> 01:24:16.780] I forget which one representative White was trying to get it turned into when they were
[01:24:16.780 --> 01:24:21.620] going after those seven cops in Houston for jumping on that 15 year old kid in front of
[01:24:21.620 --> 01:24:26.820] that storage area camera that caught on beating him after he had fell down face down on the
[01:24:26.820 --> 01:24:28.740] ground at the spread eagle.
[01:24:28.740 --> 01:24:30.800] They just jumped on him and pounded him.
[01:24:30.800 --> 01:24:34.340] Seven cops on a 15 year old kid, okay?
[01:24:34.340 --> 01:24:37.180] And they had no reason to be chasing him to begin with.
[01:24:37.180 --> 01:24:42.860] The kid ran from a scene where a bunch of cops pulled up in a raid on a drug house.
[01:24:42.860 --> 01:24:47.520] Now anybody that lives in a neighborhood where there's a drug house and knows that a cop
[01:24:47.520 --> 01:24:52.940] raid is about to converge on the house or sees it happening, knows standing on a street
[01:24:52.940 --> 01:24:59.420] corner where the bullets are going to be flying is not a smart thing to be doing.
[01:24:59.420 --> 01:25:04.900] If this kid had a brain cell in his head, which obviously he did, he was out of there.
[01:25:04.900 --> 01:25:08.980] There was no grounds for the cops to chase him and yet they did so.
[01:25:08.980 --> 01:25:14.180] And then when they caught him, they did nothing but commit aggravated assault.
[01:25:14.180 --> 01:25:19.380] And then the prosecuting attorney lied to the face of a state representative and told
[01:25:19.380 --> 01:25:25.820] him that the only thing he could charge these cops with was official oppression under the
[01:25:25.820 --> 01:25:29.940] statute, which then was only a class B misdemeanor.
[01:25:29.940 --> 01:25:35.820] And that's an outright lie because the aggravated assault statute in Texas is written to be
[01:25:35.820 --> 01:25:39.620] specifically directed at a public servant.
[01:25:39.620 --> 01:25:40.780] Right.
[01:25:40.780 --> 01:25:47.740] Well, between you and Randy, y'all have really brought me forward about 40 years.
[01:25:47.740 --> 01:25:51.260] So it's starting to make sense what they're doing wrong.
[01:25:51.260 --> 01:25:55.740] Oh, and believe me, you have not seen the worst of it.
[01:25:55.740 --> 01:25:59.800] The more you go and watch what they do and the more you understand what the code of kernel
[01:25:59.800 --> 01:26:05.180] procedure says and how it's supposed to work and how all the dots in it connect.
[01:26:05.180 --> 01:26:09.860] Once you have that little constellation map in your head and you're as good with that
[01:26:09.860 --> 01:26:16.480] as any astronomer is with the stars, believe me, it will become a much broader picture
[01:26:16.480 --> 01:26:22.580] with much more evidentiary failings than you would even comprehend otherwise.
[01:26:22.580 --> 01:26:24.520] Right.
[01:26:24.520 --> 01:26:30.740] When I tell you these people are true criminals, you will never fully understand that until
[01:26:30.740 --> 01:26:34.980] you understand these things so you can put it into proper perspective.
[01:26:34.980 --> 01:26:38.780] But once you do, there ain't going to be any doubt about it.
[01:26:38.780 --> 01:26:39.780] Exactly.
[01:26:39.780 --> 01:26:42.300] Well, let's get on to the next one.
[01:26:42.300 --> 01:26:44.980] I mean, I just can't tell you, appreciate you so much.
[01:26:44.980 --> 01:26:46.500] Well, glad to be of help.
[01:26:46.500 --> 01:26:48.500] That's what we're here to try to do.
[01:26:48.500 --> 01:26:49.500] Thanks for calling in.
[01:26:49.500 --> 01:26:51.820] Seminar is definitely helpful.
[01:26:51.820 --> 01:26:52.820] You're welcome.
[01:26:52.820 --> 01:26:53.820] All right.
[01:26:53.820 --> 01:26:55.820] You have a good night.
[01:26:55.820 --> 01:26:57.500] All right.
[01:26:57.500 --> 01:27:00.300] Now we're going to go to Wendy in Colorado.
[01:27:00.300 --> 01:27:01.980] Wendy, what can we do for you?
[01:27:01.980 --> 01:27:04.060] I got about three minutes before the break.
[01:27:04.060 --> 01:27:07.540] So hearing about two, I'm going to interrupt you.
[01:27:07.540 --> 01:27:08.540] Okay.
[01:27:08.540 --> 01:27:13.620] I received the email from Deborah and I sent it forward to you about your seminar.
[01:27:13.620 --> 01:27:14.620] Okay.
[01:27:14.620 --> 01:27:15.620] You had sent me in.
[01:27:15.620 --> 01:27:16.620] Okay.
[01:27:16.620 --> 01:27:18.260] So I just sent that to you.
[01:27:18.260 --> 01:27:24.900] And also I was just wondering on my case here, I'm going to overlook your seminar and stuff,
[01:27:24.900 --> 01:27:30.820] but I kind of think I could do exactly what you just told the last gentleman as far as
[01:27:30.820 --> 01:27:34.660] what they told me over, but actually they didn't even put me over.
[01:27:34.660 --> 01:27:40.460] Somebody got a call that said, they said to me, I was already out of my truck with my
[01:27:40.460 --> 01:27:47.780] two dogs and they pulled up and said, hi, we just want to talk to you for a minute.
[01:27:47.780 --> 01:27:52.300] Somebody called in and said, it's somebody that looks like you, matched your truck, was
[01:27:52.300 --> 01:27:58.700] driving about a half mile away, maybe he was having a seizure or maybe you're drunk driving.
[01:27:58.700 --> 01:27:59.700] And I said, no, I'm not.
[01:27:59.700 --> 01:28:03.900] He says, I'm not going to give you a ticket, I'm just going to give you a warning.
[01:28:03.900 --> 01:28:05.940] And I said, well, I'm just getting my dogs.
[01:28:05.940 --> 01:28:10.020] They were blind, you know, and he got out of the house, so I was giving him my jump
[01:28:10.020 --> 01:28:11.020] in the truck.
[01:28:11.020 --> 01:28:14.940] He goes, well, put your dogs in the house and let me, can I see your driver's license?
[01:28:14.940 --> 01:28:15.940] And I said, I don't have one.
[01:28:15.940 --> 01:28:18.740] From then on it went downhill.
[01:28:18.740 --> 01:28:22.620] They kept me there for probably about an hour and a half, four cops.
[01:28:22.620 --> 01:28:29.100] One was training and he didn't, he said, he kept calling me a lighter saying, I know you
[01:28:29.100 --> 01:28:32.260] were up there over there on 120th and blah, blah, blah.
[01:28:32.260 --> 01:28:33.260] I said, I was not.
[01:28:33.260 --> 01:28:34.260] I just came around the corner.
[01:28:34.260 --> 01:28:35.260] You just see.
[01:28:35.260 --> 01:28:36.900] Yeah, that's, that's the wrong answer.
[01:28:36.900 --> 01:28:40.520] When he says something like that, it says, okay, you have that on video or you personally
[01:28:40.520 --> 01:28:41.520] saw it.
[01:28:41.520 --> 01:28:42.520] Which one?
[01:28:42.520 --> 01:28:43.520] Okay.
[01:28:43.520 --> 01:28:44.880] You say I was there.
[01:28:44.880 --> 01:28:48.580] Do you have that on video or are you saying that you personally witnessed seeing me at
[01:28:48.580 --> 01:28:50.180] that location?
[01:28:50.180 --> 01:28:54.180] Are you the one that's going to be testifying in court that I was at that location and you
[01:28:54.180 --> 01:28:55.420] personally saw me?
[01:28:55.420 --> 01:29:00.800] Well, what they wrote me a ticket for was driving under revocation, which I've had.
[01:29:00.800 --> 01:29:03.300] But again, they didn't see you in the truck, right?
[01:29:03.300 --> 01:29:04.300] Yeah.
[01:29:04.300 --> 01:29:08.900] You see me pulling up to the house at the truck, I guess, but he didn't see me a mile
[01:29:08.900 --> 01:29:14.580] away at that place where somebody called in on me supposedly because I wasn't there.
[01:29:14.580 --> 01:29:15.580] Okay.
[01:29:15.580 --> 01:29:17.380] But he saw you in a truck that was moving.
[01:29:17.380 --> 01:29:18.380] Yeah.
[01:29:18.380 --> 01:29:19.380] Right.
[01:29:19.380 --> 01:29:22.020] I pulled up there and he turned the house and then he turned around and didn't turn
[01:29:22.020 --> 01:29:23.020] his lights on.
[01:29:23.020 --> 01:29:24.020] Okay.
[01:29:24.020 --> 01:29:28.360] Did you do any discovery or anything to get the CAD report and everything associated with
[01:29:28.360 --> 01:29:31.100] that call he was claiming came in?
[01:29:31.100 --> 01:29:32.100] I did all that.
[01:29:32.100 --> 01:29:33.100] I sent in for it.
[01:29:33.100 --> 01:29:34.100] I put a motion on that.
[01:29:34.100 --> 01:29:36.700] That guy would tell me I had to go down and pick it up.
[01:29:36.700 --> 01:29:38.700] So I have to go do that.
[01:29:38.700 --> 01:29:39.700] Okay.
[01:29:39.700 --> 01:29:40.700] Yeah.
[01:29:40.700 --> 01:29:47.420] What you want is the 911 or whatever the dispatch call was that that caller allegedly called
[01:29:47.420 --> 01:29:48.420] in with.
[01:29:48.420 --> 01:29:51.860] You want that recording, the CAD report to the officers.
[01:29:51.860 --> 01:29:53.420] You want to compare all that.
[01:29:53.420 --> 01:29:54.420] Hang on just a second, Wendy.
[01:29:54.420 --> 01:29:55.980] We'll be right back after this break.
[01:29:55.980 --> 01:29:57.620] Folks, y'all hang on.
[01:29:57.620 --> 01:29:59.620] We'll return just a moment.
[01:29:59.620 --> 01:30:03.260] Are you too clean for your own good?
[01:30:03.260 --> 01:30:08.580] According to new research, being too conscientious about dirt and germs could actually make you
[01:30:08.580 --> 01:30:09.580] sick.
[01:30:09.580 --> 01:30:13.220] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back with some antibacterial products you might
[01:30:13.220 --> 01:30:15.320] want to avoid.
[01:30:15.320 --> 01:30:16.900] Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:16.900 --> 01:30:20.500] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:20.500 --> 01:30:25.280] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:30:25.280 --> 01:30:26.740] So protect your rights.
[01:30:26.740 --> 01:30:30.380] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[01:30:30.380 --> 01:30:33.060] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[01:30:33.060 --> 01:30:37.340] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[01:30:37.340 --> 01:30:40.880] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:30:40.880 --> 01:30:42.980] Start over with StartPage.
[01:30:42.980 --> 01:30:49.340] A University of Michigan study suggests that antibacterial soaps and hand sanitizers could
[01:30:49.340 --> 01:30:51.060] make your family sick.
[01:30:51.060 --> 01:30:55.100] Many contain the chemical triclosan and antimicrobial.
[01:30:55.100 --> 01:30:59.200] Some people with higher levels of triclosan in their systems are more likely to be diagnosed
[01:30:59.200 --> 01:31:01.220] with allergies and hay fever.
[01:31:01.220 --> 01:31:05.260] Scientists believe the chemical may interfere with the body's immune system by mimicking
[01:31:05.260 --> 01:31:07.740] or affecting human hormones.
[01:31:07.740 --> 01:31:11.300] Triclosan may also prevent kids from dealing with everyday germs so they don't develop
[01:31:11.300 --> 01:31:12.820] a natural immunity to them.
[01:31:12.820 --> 01:31:17.740] So if you want a healthy clean, skip the antibacterial products and wash up with good old-fashioned
[01:31:17.740 --> 01:31:18.740] soap and water.
[01:31:18.740 --> 01:31:20.700] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[01:31:20.700 --> 01:31:30.620] Your news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:31:30.620 --> 01:31:35.980] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[01:31:35.980 --> 01:31:38.380] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:31:38.380 --> 01:31:43.040] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:31:43.040 --> 01:31:45.780] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[01:31:45.780 --> 01:31:48.500] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying.
[01:31:48.500 --> 01:31:49.860] I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:31:49.860 --> 01:31:50.860] I'm a structural engineer.
[01:31:50.860 --> 01:31:52.300] I'm a New York City correction officer.
[01:31:52.300 --> 01:31:53.300] I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:31:53.300 --> 01:31:54.980] I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:31:54.980 --> 01:31:57.580] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth.
[01:31:57.580 --> 01:31:59.780] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[01:31:59.780 --> 01:32:03.180] Hey, it's Danny here for Hill Country Home Improvements.
[01:32:03.180 --> 01:32:06.180] Did your home receive hail or wind damage from the recent storms?
[01:32:06.180 --> 01:32:09.820] Come on, we all know the government caused it with their chemtrails, but good luck getting
[01:32:09.820 --> 01:32:10.820] them to pay for it.
[01:32:10.820 --> 01:32:14.380] Okay, I might be kidding about the chemtrails, but I'm serious about your roof.
[01:32:14.380 --> 01:32:18.260] That's why you have insurance, and Hill Country Home Improvements can handle the claim for
[01:32:18.260 --> 01:32:21.020] you with little to no out-of-pocket expense.
[01:32:21.020 --> 01:32:22.140] And we accept bitcoin.
[01:32:22.140 --> 01:32:26.620] As a multi-year A-plus member of the Better Business Bureau with zero complaints, you
[01:32:26.620 --> 01:32:30.960] can trust Hill Country Home Improvements to handle your claim and your roof right the
[01:32:30.960 --> 01:32:32.020] first time.
[01:32:32.020 --> 01:32:40.700] Just call 512-992-8745 or go to HillCountryHomeImprovements.com, mention the crypto show, and get $100 off.
[01:32:40.700 --> 01:32:45.300] And we'll donate another $100 to the Logos Radio Network to help continue this programming.
[01:32:45.300 --> 01:32:50.380] So if those out-of-town roofers come knockin', your door should be lockin'.
[01:32:50.380 --> 01:32:56.340] That's 512-992-8745 or HillCountryHomeImprovements.com.
[01:32:56.340 --> 01:32:58.700] Discounts are based on full roof replacement.
[01:32:58.700 --> 01:33:00.900] May not actually be kidding about chemtrails.
[01:33:00.900 --> 01:33:30.180] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:33:30.900 --> 01:33:41.780] All right, folks.
[01:33:41.780 --> 01:33:43.180] We are back.
[01:33:43.180 --> 01:33:47.660] This is Rule of Law Radio, and we are speaking with Wendy in Colorado.
[01:33:47.660 --> 01:33:51.980] All right, Wendy, let's continue this on, please.
[01:33:51.980 --> 01:33:52.980] Okay.
[01:33:52.980 --> 01:33:58.540] So I did that, I put in, so I gotta go down there and look at their paperwork.
[01:33:58.540 --> 01:34:05.020] Usually when I ask for that stuff, they have half of it blacked out where I can't see anything.
[01:34:05.020 --> 01:34:09.380] Well, for the purpose of discovery, you can demand that they are unredacted.
[01:34:09.380 --> 01:34:13.260] Okay, unredacted, okay.
[01:34:13.260 --> 01:34:14.740] Okay.
[01:34:14.740 --> 01:34:18.940] And I would definitely file it as a motion for discovery, not just a public information
[01:34:18.940 --> 01:34:21.740] request or whatever it is Colorado has.
[01:34:21.740 --> 01:34:23.500] I would do both.
[01:34:23.500 --> 01:34:25.500] That's my preference.
[01:34:25.500 --> 01:34:28.380] All righty.
[01:34:28.380 --> 01:34:35.500] So they wrote me a ticket for, actually the cop that pulled me over didn't write it.
[01:34:35.500 --> 01:34:40.900] He had the trainee that was, I guess it was first day write it, and the other officer
[01:34:40.900 --> 01:34:46.100] that was there, honestly it was about an hour that they had me there, because the cop, the
[01:34:46.100 --> 01:34:51.700] trainee kept messing up, and the main guy, he was there nine years, I just got all that
[01:34:51.700 --> 01:34:52.700] for waiting.
[01:34:52.700 --> 01:34:56.540] They wouldn't let me leave or nothing, but he kept saying to me, this cop, going, I'm
[01:34:56.540 --> 01:35:01.180] going to take you to jail and tell this truck, if you don't tell me the truth, that you
[01:35:01.180 --> 01:35:04.980] were up there, up that street, and I said, I wasn't, and he goes, okay, I'm going
[01:35:04.980 --> 01:35:10.620] to call in and find out what you said, and I'm going to find out the caller, and if
[01:35:10.620 --> 01:35:15.180] they said it was you, I'm taking you to jail and towing the truck, and I said, fine,
[01:35:15.180 --> 01:35:16.180] do that.
[01:35:16.180 --> 01:35:17.180] So they called in.
[01:35:17.180 --> 01:35:20.420] About five minutes later, they came back and they said, we're writing the ticket for
[01:35:20.420 --> 01:35:21.420] revocation.
[01:35:21.420 --> 01:35:28.020] So no other, you know, no other ticket means of why they stopped me, and I wasn't even
[01:35:28.020 --> 01:35:34.460] driving when it did come up, but it's, I don't know, I think that's just illegal,
[01:35:34.460 --> 01:35:35.460] I don't know.
[01:35:35.460 --> 01:35:36.460] I don't know.
[01:35:36.460 --> 01:35:41.460] Well, the thing is, he didn't have any particular reason to ask you for your ID.
[01:35:41.460 --> 01:35:47.100] I mean, Colorado, the last time, when I lived there, was not a stop and identify state.
[01:35:47.100 --> 01:35:51.060] Has something changed recently?
[01:35:51.060 --> 01:35:52.060] Not in the books.
[01:35:52.060 --> 01:35:55.260] They say they can do an investigatory stop, and it's got to be-
[01:35:55.260 --> 01:36:02.380] Yeah, but if you were already at your place, he can't do an investigatory stop.
[01:36:02.380 --> 01:36:07.020] Not for something that happened outside of his line of sight or knowledge.
[01:36:07.020 --> 01:36:14.100] And he wrote the ticket, he wrote the ticket on the address, it shows 120 at the place
[01:36:14.100 --> 01:36:17.620] they originally said, it's not even at my house where I was at.
[01:36:17.620 --> 01:36:22.700] They wrote the ticket like they found me at a, like it's about a quarter of a mile away,
[01:36:22.700 --> 01:36:24.620] or even a mile.
[01:36:24.620 --> 01:36:33.020] Yeah, well, you need to file a complaint with the prosecuting attorney that the officer
[01:36:33.020 --> 01:36:39.580] falsified that information on the citation in an attempt to implicate you in a crime.
[01:36:39.580 --> 01:36:45.540] They falsified a government document in a false attempt to implicate you in a crime.
[01:36:45.540 --> 01:36:47.740] Okay, thank you.
[01:36:47.740 --> 01:36:48.740] You're welcome.
[01:36:48.740 --> 01:36:49.740] All right.
[01:36:49.740 --> 01:36:51.740] Well, then I'll let you know how it goes.
[01:36:51.740 --> 01:36:59.940] Oh, and I also sent you and Randy both an email about yesterday, about how President
[01:36:59.940 --> 01:37:10.220] Trump has this fight that he did a task force, he initiated a task force to see what regulations
[01:37:10.220 --> 01:37:15.380] that can be revoked, or if people have public comments that you can write in and tell them
[01:37:15.380 --> 01:37:21.580] what regulations that they're doing illegally and everything for the people, it's for the
[01:37:21.580 --> 01:37:22.980] public to do that.
[01:37:22.980 --> 01:37:26.140] So you'll see it when I, when you look at the email.
[01:37:26.140 --> 01:37:27.140] Okay.
[01:37:27.140 --> 01:37:28.140] Okay.
[01:37:28.140 --> 01:37:29.140] All right.
[01:37:29.140 --> 01:37:30.140] Thank you.
[01:37:30.140 --> 01:37:31.140] Thank you.
[01:37:31.140 --> 01:37:32.140] Bye.
[01:37:32.140 --> 01:37:33.140] Bye bye.
[01:37:33.140 --> 01:37:34.140] All right.
[01:37:34.140 --> 01:37:35.700] Somewhere, my caller page has disappeared.
[01:37:35.700 --> 01:37:36.700] Hang on.
[01:37:36.700 --> 01:37:37.700] There we are.
[01:37:37.700 --> 01:37:38.700] All right.
[01:37:38.700 --> 01:37:41.980] Now, next caller up is Lenny in Arizona.
[01:37:41.980 --> 01:37:44.100] Lenny, what can we do for you?
[01:37:44.100 --> 01:37:49.180] Hi Eddie, good to talk to you again.
[01:37:49.180 --> 01:37:54.820] I have a, uh, my boss's husband's being kind of railroaded for a Trump driving ticket in
[01:37:54.820 --> 01:37:55.820] Arizona.
[01:37:55.820 --> 01:38:02.020] Uh, he's kind of gone with the flow when they tell him to sign something, he signed it.
[01:38:02.020 --> 01:38:08.180] So he has signed away his rights to a preliminary hearing, but not a preliminary hearing, a
[01:38:08.180 --> 01:38:13.660] determination hearing where they determine if there's probable cause probable hearing.
[01:38:13.660 --> 01:38:18.380] Um, they've got him in something called an early disposition court.
[01:38:18.380 --> 01:38:19.380] It's new on me.
[01:38:19.380 --> 01:38:25.660] I can't find any mention of it in the, uh, the rules of civil procedure and the, uh,
[01:38:25.660 --> 01:38:29.120] superior court won't answer questions about it and tell me what it is.
[01:38:29.120 --> 01:38:34.980] I can find no nothing about it, but it appears to be where they are conducting the plea bargaining
[01:38:34.980 --> 01:38:37.060] with him in that place.
[01:38:37.060 --> 01:38:41.500] The early is, is he charged with a crime or a civil infraction?
[01:38:41.500 --> 01:38:47.820] Well, initially he was pulled over for no tags, civil infraction, but found out he had
[01:38:47.820 --> 01:38:51.020] a suspended license, civil infraction.
[01:38:51.020 --> 01:38:55.820] Then they tried, they escalated it to a drug driving by making the accusation.
[01:38:55.820 --> 01:39:00.540] And when he refused to blow into the breathalyzer, they arrested him, took him to jail, got a
[01:39:00.540 --> 01:39:02.740] warrant for taking his blood.
[01:39:02.740 --> 01:39:08.580] And now they are prosecuting for him for criminal DUI under the transportation code.
[01:39:08.580 --> 01:39:16.340] What did his blood draw, say a very small percentage, uh, but wasn't an illegal percentage.
[01:39:16.340 --> 01:39:21.020] No, but they're pursuing it anyway.
[01:39:21.020 --> 01:39:28.140] Well, then this is, that's prosecutorial misconduct at the prosecutor knows he does not have the
[01:39:28.140 --> 01:39:32.080] legal limit by which to convict on a DUI.
[01:39:32.080 --> 01:39:39.140] It would, it's sheer idiocy for him to pursue this because all he is doing is setting up
[01:39:39.140 --> 01:39:46.020] whoever he's representing, the city, the county, whatever, for a massive lawsuit.
[01:39:46.020 --> 01:39:48.720] You can't sue the prosecutor.
[01:39:48.720 --> 01:39:52.780] Even when they know they're doing it wrong, you can't sue the prosecutor, which is dead
[01:39:52.780 --> 01:39:55.340] wrong in my book.
[01:39:55.340 --> 01:40:00.900] But the prosecutor can get away with anything even when it's breaking the law and you can't
[01:40:00.900 --> 01:40:03.700] go after him for it.
[01:40:03.700 --> 01:40:08.880] So here we have an issue of someone needs to move to dismiss the case because the state
[01:40:08.880 --> 01:40:11.260] cannot prove the elements necessary.
[01:40:11.260 --> 01:40:14.740] They cannot prove DUI.
[01:40:14.740 --> 01:40:19.240] And that's going to make it malicious prosecution, which means he can go after the cops.
[01:40:19.240 --> 01:40:25.580] He can go after the judge, but he can't go after the prosecutor.
[01:40:25.580 --> 01:40:29.380] And the prosecutor knows that of course, which is exactly why they're pursuing it in the
[01:40:29.380 --> 01:40:39.900] hopes of getting a plea bargain out of it instead of a conviction.
[01:40:39.900 --> 01:40:44.440] They figure if they keep the screws on hard and tight, he would rather cut a deal than
[01:40:44.440 --> 01:40:47.700] risk losing.
[01:40:47.700 --> 01:40:49.700] That's exactly what they're doing to him.
[01:40:49.700 --> 01:40:55.900] And I'm, you know, I feel compelled to try to help somehow because it's a mom and pop
[01:40:55.900 --> 01:41:01.540] business and about the pop, the business is threatened and therefore my job is threatened.
[01:41:01.540 --> 01:41:08.140] The challenge to subject matter jurisdiction questions that you wrote out on tower of law
[01:41:08.140 --> 01:41:14.220] with the pictures of the cops there and, you know, officer asks for brains that you substitute.
[01:41:14.220 --> 01:41:15.220] You know what you want.
[01:41:15.220 --> 01:41:16.220] I'm talking about.
[01:41:16.220 --> 01:41:20.220] Uh, yeah, I know what you're talking about.
[01:41:20.220 --> 01:41:21.220] Okay.
[01:41:21.220 --> 01:41:25.380] Once he has surrendered his, his rights to that probable cause hearing and they have
[01:41:25.380 --> 01:41:31.660] well, wait a minute, the, how did he surrender his rights to the probable cause hearing by
[01:41:31.660 --> 01:41:35.580] signing a document saying that he would when they presented it to him.
[01:41:35.580 --> 01:41:40.380] So the document specifically says, I waive my right to a, to a probable cause determination
[01:41:40.380 --> 01:41:41.380] before magistrate.
[01:41:41.380 --> 01:41:46.460] Yeah, that's what they did to him and he signed it because his public, did he have legal counsel
[01:41:46.460 --> 01:41:47.900] when he signed it?
[01:41:47.900 --> 01:41:48.900] Yeah.
[01:41:48.900 --> 01:41:52.800] A public defender that's not really defending him.
[01:41:52.800 --> 01:41:57.580] The public defender let him sign that saying that he didn't have a right to pro or didn't
[01:41:57.580 --> 01:41:59.420] want a probable cause determination.
[01:41:59.420 --> 01:42:00.420] Yeah.
[01:42:00.420 --> 01:42:04.780] His public defender has told him that he's incapable of helping him when he can only
[01:42:04.780 --> 01:42:07.420] help him get prosecuted to a lesser degree.
[01:42:07.420 --> 01:42:10.100] Oh, ineffective assistance of counsel.
[01:42:10.100 --> 01:42:12.700] He needs to make that claim right now.
[01:42:12.700 --> 01:42:19.020] He needs to preserve that for appeal and he please Lord tell me he recorded that idiot
[01:42:19.020 --> 01:42:20.020] saying that.
[01:42:20.020 --> 01:42:23.740] No, it was a private conversation.
[01:42:23.740 --> 01:42:26.500] It can be recorded even when it's private.
[01:42:26.500 --> 01:42:32.260] Well, he didn't, he doesn't have the idea to do something like that.
[01:42:32.260 --> 01:42:33.260] You didn't even know.
[01:42:33.260 --> 01:42:37.100] Well, this attorney ain't never going to admit to saying that either.
[01:42:37.100 --> 01:42:41.940] Hence the reason why you record your conversations even with your own attorney, because these
[01:42:41.940 --> 01:42:47.120] people are selling you out and you need to be able to prove it when you go after the
[01:42:47.120 --> 01:42:51.140] ineffective assistance of counsel, a claim on appeal.
[01:42:51.140 --> 01:42:57.420] And when you sue them for legal malpractice, I can only help you get prosecuted to a lesser
[01:42:57.420 --> 01:42:58.420] degree.
[01:42:58.420 --> 01:42:59.420] Yeah.
[01:42:59.420 --> 01:43:04.060] I wonder if he could fire his public defender.
[01:43:04.060 --> 01:43:10.360] Well, they want to tell you that you can't, but I don't see how they can say that.
[01:43:10.360 --> 01:43:15.640] If you have the right to choose your own counsel, then you have the right to fire a public defender
[01:43:15.640 --> 01:43:24.260] and represent yourself or to seek other counsel that will be of actual assistance.
[01:43:24.260 --> 01:43:29.220] Can this challenge to subject matter jurisdiction be raised at this point?
[01:43:29.220 --> 01:43:33.780] Well, the question is what subject matters he challenged you?
[01:43:33.780 --> 01:43:34.780] Transportation.
[01:43:34.780 --> 01:43:42.940] That's the title that that particular charge is under, the DUI is under transportation.
[01:43:42.940 --> 01:43:44.740] It's a criminal under transportation.
[01:43:44.740 --> 01:43:45.740] Yeah.
[01:43:45.740 --> 01:43:50.020] Well, he's got to be able to make the argument that the transportation doesn't apply in order
[01:43:50.020 --> 01:43:51.620] to go after subject matter.
[01:43:51.620 --> 01:43:55.100] Hang on just a second and we'll cover that on the other side.
[01:43:55.100 --> 01:43:56.100] Okay.
[01:43:56.100 --> 01:44:00.220] All right, folks, we'll be right back.

[01:45:59.900 --> 01:46:12.780] When the day I was born, the nurses all gathered round, they gazed in wide wonder at the joy
[01:46:12.780 --> 01:46:13.780] they had found.
[01:46:13.780 --> 01:46:22.180] The head nurse spoke up, said leave this one alone, she could tell right away that I was
[01:46:22.180 --> 01:46:34.700] bad to the bone, bad to the bone, bad to the bone, b-b-b-b-b-bad, b-b-b-b-b-b-bad, b-b-b-b-b-b-b-bad.
[01:46:34.700 --> 01:46:39.620] Alright folks, we are back, this is Rule of Law Radio and we are talking with Lenny in
[01:46:39.620 --> 01:46:40.620] Arizona.
[01:46:40.620 --> 01:46:43.620] Alright Lenny, let's continue.
[01:46:43.620 --> 01:46:51.780] Okay, I was wondering if at this point you could still challenge subject matter jurisdiction
[01:46:51.780 --> 01:46:57.180] and you indicated that proving it is the difficult part?
[01:46:57.180 --> 01:47:02.020] Right, if he has not done enough research with the statutes to prove that they're applicable
[01:47:02.020 --> 01:47:08.900] only to a specific class of legal persons, then that's going to be a very difficult route
[01:47:08.900 --> 01:47:15.180] to take because that also goes to personal jurisdiction.
[01:47:15.180 --> 01:47:22.140] They can have both of those and have jurisdiction, but they can't have jurisdiction without both
[01:47:22.140 --> 01:47:24.260] of them.
[01:47:24.260 --> 01:47:30.540] So if he can show that there's no personal jurisdiction, i.e. not engaging in the commercial
[01:47:30.540 --> 01:47:37.100] activity versus subject matter jurisdiction, these statutes are not applicable to me.
[01:47:37.100 --> 01:47:40.380] You see which one's easier to actually prove?
[01:47:40.380 --> 01:47:45.300] Well, the subject matter is transportation.
[01:47:45.300 --> 01:47:49.700] According to the Arizona Constitution, there can only be one subject matter for all of
[01:47:49.700 --> 01:47:50.900] them under that title.
[01:47:50.900 --> 01:47:53.620] Right, Texas is the same way.
[01:47:53.620 --> 01:48:00.400] Does the actual enacted bill by the legislature say that these are a compendium of statutes
[01:48:00.400 --> 01:48:05.300] associated to the subject of transportation or something of that vernacular?
[01:48:05.300 --> 01:48:12.860] Well, it says that the title can only have one subject matter.
[01:48:12.860 --> 01:48:18.180] I got that, and I just told you what the title should say something similar to.
[01:48:18.180 --> 01:48:22.220] That's the one of the title here in Texas of the bill that created our transportation
[01:48:22.220 --> 01:48:23.340] code.
[01:48:23.340 --> 01:48:25.320] That's what's in the title.
[01:48:25.320 --> 01:48:30.260] This is a recodification of existing statutes relating to the subject of transportation.
[01:48:30.260 --> 01:48:38.020] Ours is just one word, transportation, is the title.
[01:48:38.020 --> 01:48:40.020] Okay.
[01:48:40.020 --> 01:48:42.540] Does it define transportation anywhere?
[01:48:42.540 --> 01:48:43.840] Nowhere.
[01:48:43.840 --> 01:48:47.340] You have to depend on the federal transportation to...
[01:48:47.340 --> 01:48:52.740] Well, then if you're going to rely on the federal, can you show a link between the state
[01:48:52.740 --> 01:48:56.060] and the federal?
[01:48:56.060 --> 01:49:02.420] See, this is the thing about how a lot of people are doing this.
[01:49:02.420 --> 01:49:06.460] You can't simply jump into federal law unless you can show that there's a link between the
[01:49:06.460 --> 01:49:10.620] state law and the federal law, which would allow the federal law to be controlling on
[01:49:10.620 --> 01:49:12.860] the issue.
[01:49:12.860 --> 01:49:17.740] You can't just assume it and you can't just assert it if you can't prove the link.
[01:49:17.740 --> 01:49:22.780] Because states are allowed to make their own law outside of federal law, right?
[01:49:22.780 --> 01:49:26.940] They just can't expand or alter federal law.
[01:49:26.940 --> 01:49:32.900] All they can do is adopt an act that implements the federal law as written within the state.
[01:49:32.900 --> 01:49:38.400] So there has to be a link showing that they did that latter thing, not the former thing
[01:49:38.400 --> 01:49:42.300] of writing their own law.
[01:49:42.300 --> 01:49:45.360] How about Supreme Court definitions of it?
[01:49:45.360 --> 01:49:48.640] Would that be still considered federal law?
[01:49:48.640 --> 01:49:56.000] If you can show that the Supreme Court definition is controlling on the state, if the case itself
[01:49:56.000 --> 01:50:01.540] involved a federal transportation issue, you can't show a link to the state because of
[01:50:01.540 --> 01:50:03.160] that.
[01:50:03.160 --> 01:50:08.740] This would have to be something where a state issue was being raised and the Supreme Court
[01:50:08.740 --> 01:50:15.200] said the definition of transportation here applies in all the states as well.
[01:50:15.200 --> 01:50:19.060] Do you have a case like that?
[01:50:19.060 --> 01:50:22.060] No.
[01:50:22.060 --> 01:50:23.660] There you go.
[01:50:23.660 --> 01:50:28.720] So if you can't show a link between the state statute and the federal statute, you can't
[01:50:28.720 --> 01:50:31.580] make that argument and make it fly.
[01:50:31.580 --> 01:50:38.220] Okay, now the question is, is how many places and how many codes, especially the transportation
[01:50:38.220 --> 01:50:49.440] code, does Arizona law make reference to Title 49, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act?
[01:50:49.440 --> 01:50:55.680] If you can show where the transportation act and code makes reference to Title 49 like
[01:50:55.680 --> 01:51:02.480] it does here in Texas, both in the transportation code and the Texas administrative code, then
[01:51:02.480 --> 01:51:07.020] you can prove a link between the state law and the federal law that would allow the federal
[01:51:07.020 --> 01:51:10.320] law to be controlling.
[01:51:10.320 --> 01:51:16.860] Not to mention on my legal blog, I've got an article up there that has federally published
[01:51:16.860 --> 01:51:25.500] public records, they're stamped and everything, of Woodrow Wilson, I think it is, I'm trying
[01:51:25.500 --> 01:51:31.440] to remember, talking about the enactment of the driver's license law at the federal level
[01:51:31.440 --> 01:51:36.700] and how it was going to be implemented at the state level through those programs, which
[01:51:36.700 --> 01:51:41.320] is the basis for every state's transportation and motor vehicle acts.
[01:51:41.320 --> 01:51:44.440] It was Harry Truman.
[01:51:44.440 --> 01:51:46.120] I'm sorry, Truman, you're right.
[01:51:46.120 --> 01:51:47.120] You're right.
[01:51:47.120 --> 01:51:52.440] Now, in relation to that, what you can then show is this.
[01:51:52.440 --> 01:51:58.440] If the state law is based upon the federal law, then the state cannot expand it beyond
[01:51:58.440 --> 01:52:00.400] the scope of the federal law itself.
[01:52:00.400 --> 01:52:01.400] Okay?
[01:52:01.400 --> 01:52:09.120] So if in one of the transportation statutes under the transportation title, I can find
[01:52:09.120 --> 01:52:12.340] reference to Title 49, U.S. Title 49.
[01:52:12.340 --> 01:52:16.960] Then you can show there's a link between that act and the federal law.
[01:52:16.960 --> 01:52:23.080] But now here's the other thing, is Arizona, does the statutes in Arizona under the Transportation
[01:52:23.080 --> 01:52:32.480] Act have anything called an interstate driver or a driver's license compact?
[01:52:32.480 --> 01:52:35.440] I don't remember ever seeing that, and I've gone through all-
[01:52:35.440 --> 01:52:40.040] I'm willing to bet you it does.
[01:52:40.040 --> 01:52:45.080] Most of the states are party to the driver's license compact agreement.
[01:52:45.080 --> 01:52:48.920] Those that are are operating under federal law.
[01:52:48.920 --> 01:52:50.640] You know how we know that?
[01:52:50.640 --> 01:52:53.800] Because one, the driver's license is federally implemented.
[01:52:53.800 --> 01:53:01.240] Two, no state may enter into a compact contract or agreement with any other state of the union
[01:53:01.240 --> 01:53:05.600] without express congressional approval.
[01:53:05.600 --> 01:53:10.240] The only way they could give that approval is through a congressional act.
[01:53:10.240 --> 01:53:14.840] The only congressional act relating to the subject at hand was the driver's license,
[01:53:14.840 --> 01:53:28.680] which later became an all-encompassing act under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.
[01:53:28.680 --> 01:53:29.680] You following all that?
[01:53:29.680 --> 01:53:30.680] I'm writing.
[01:53:30.680 --> 01:53:31.680] Okay.
[01:53:31.680 --> 01:53:35.480] The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.
[01:53:35.480 --> 01:53:36.480] Yes.
[01:53:36.480 --> 01:53:41.040] So the interstate, it was an inter or intrastate license compact?
[01:53:41.040 --> 01:53:49.200] Intrastate, interstate driver's license compact.
[01:53:49.200 --> 01:53:55.200] So some place in our transportation statutes, it's going to mention that?
[01:53:55.200 --> 01:53:59.200] There should be something in there titled that, yes.
[01:53:59.200 --> 01:54:04.760] But the federal constitution is what says that no state may enter into any compact agreement
[01:54:04.760 --> 01:54:13.400] or contract with any other state without express congressional approval.
[01:54:13.400 --> 01:54:18.040] So that would indicate that Congress approved this and they have-
[01:54:18.040 --> 01:54:19.040] Exactly.
[01:54:19.040 --> 01:54:25.560] And what is the only way that Congress can approve an agreement on laws within the state?
[01:54:25.560 --> 01:54:30.920] It has to be something relative to the 18 enumerated powers of Congress, right?
[01:54:30.920 --> 01:54:37.040] And one of those is the, what's the commercial-
[01:54:37.040 --> 01:54:38.280] The commerce clause.
[01:54:38.280 --> 01:54:40.280] The commerce clause.
[01:54:40.280 --> 01:54:45.280] Which is exactly what the driver's license act was implemented under.
[01:54:45.280 --> 01:54:52.640] Which is exactly why a driver's license compact has to be associated with the interstate commerce
[01:54:52.640 --> 01:55:01.000] clause.
[01:55:01.000 --> 01:55:06.080] So if I can document all these things, I can prove that the transportation code is commercial
[01:55:06.080 --> 01:55:07.080] in nature?
[01:55:07.080 --> 01:55:08.080] Absolutely.
[01:55:08.080 --> 01:55:14.640] That's the link, that's the series of links I need to prove that it's, and that would
[01:55:14.640 --> 01:55:20.760] be it's only under commercial regulatory- Absolutely.
[01:55:20.760 --> 01:55:24.960] Because when the state says that it, remember, the federal constitution reserved rights to
[01:55:24.960 --> 01:55:26.720] the states and the people.
[01:55:26.720 --> 01:55:30.840] Depending upon how you determine what state means, you're either talking about the people
[01:55:30.840 --> 01:55:35.420] collectively or the people individually, okay?
[01:55:35.420 --> 01:55:40.080] The way they're interpreting it, however, is they are saying state means the political
[01:55:40.080 --> 01:55:43.280] fiction and not the people.
[01:55:43.280 --> 01:55:45.520] That's an oxymoron.
[01:55:45.520 --> 01:55:53.320] If all the power of the state comes from the people, then the state can only be the people.
[01:55:53.320 --> 01:55:57.720] Everybody else is a public servant acting as an agent of the people who cannot have
[01:55:57.720 --> 01:56:01.760] immunity from the people for the acts they commit against the people.
[01:56:01.760 --> 01:56:10.400] But they're giving themselves these immunities, we're not.
[01:56:10.400 --> 01:56:12.440] And that's where we better wake up.
[01:56:12.440 --> 01:56:16.320] The inmates are trying to run the asylum and we're letting them.
[01:56:16.320 --> 01:56:24.360] Well, I don't want to let them, but I'm feeling kind of inadequate to the fight just yet.
[01:56:24.360 --> 01:56:29.440] And you will until you get this information inside and internalized, believe me.
[01:56:29.440 --> 01:56:33.080] It will seem like an uphill battle until you reach the conclusion that you know this better
[01:56:33.080 --> 01:56:36.840] than they do and you can cite it in your sleep.
[01:56:36.840 --> 01:56:45.840] Okay, so I've got to find reference in the transportation code to...
[01:56:45.840 --> 01:56:51.960] It'll either say interstate driver's license compact or driver's license compact.
[01:56:51.960 --> 01:56:57.360] But I would just do a search for the word compact.
[01:56:57.360 --> 01:57:01.280] The computer program that we have doesn't allow word searches like that.
[01:57:01.280 --> 01:57:03.920] What do you mean the computer program you have?
[01:57:03.920 --> 01:57:11.440] Well, the legislative department puts up a website that you can access to revise statutes
[01:57:11.440 --> 01:57:13.360] for and there's no...
[01:57:13.360 --> 01:57:15.840] There's got to be a search function on it.
[01:57:15.840 --> 01:57:16.840] There has to be.
[01:57:16.840 --> 01:57:21.920] Yeah, there's a search function, but it doesn't let you do word searches.
[01:57:21.920 --> 01:57:29.200] You can search for a statute up at the top of the page.
[01:57:29.200 --> 01:57:35.200] You can search for a bill search, search articles 20...
[01:57:35.200 --> 01:57:38.400] I'm in article 28, which is transportation right now.
[01:57:38.400 --> 01:57:41.240] I can search it.
[01:57:41.240 --> 01:57:43.240] Let me type in this and see what happens.
[01:57:43.240 --> 01:57:44.240] Interstate...
[01:57:44.240 --> 01:57:46.240] I hear the music.
[01:57:46.240 --> 01:57:49.200] Yep, that's the end of the show there.
[01:57:49.200 --> 01:57:51.520] Yeah, there's...
[01:57:51.520 --> 01:57:54.600] Right there on the very first page, there's an ARS search field.
[01:57:54.600 --> 01:58:00.240] You just type your word in there and it should find it.
[01:58:00.240 --> 01:58:03.240] Okay, thanks for all your help, Eddie.
[01:58:03.240 --> 01:58:04.360] Ah, no worries.
[01:58:04.360 --> 01:58:07.840] If you know the correct title, then this should be no problem to find it.
[01:58:07.840 --> 01:58:08.840] Okay?
[01:58:08.840 --> 01:58:11.840] All right, thank you very much.
[01:58:11.840 --> 01:58:12.840] Yes, sir.
[01:58:12.840 --> 01:58:13.840] All right.
[01:58:13.840 --> 01:58:14.840] Sorry, I wasn't able to get to everybody.
[01:58:14.840 --> 01:58:15.840] We ran out of time.
[01:58:15.840 --> 01:58:16.840] That's just the way it goes sometimes.
[01:58:16.840 --> 01:58:21.640] All right, folks, I want to thank you all for calling in and for listening.
[01:58:21.640 --> 01:58:25.120] Thank you so much for making the show successful and popular.
[01:58:25.120 --> 01:58:27.480] I really appreciate that.
[01:58:27.480 --> 01:58:29.100] Please keep us in your financial prayers.
[01:58:29.100 --> 01:58:33.960] We still need money and donations to keep the network going, plus to help out with all
[01:58:33.960 --> 01:58:38.280] the time we spend doing this research and helping you folks out.
[01:58:38.280 --> 01:58:42.280] Not everybody can afford to pay us and we help as many as we can and those that can
[01:58:42.280 --> 01:58:46.040] afford it, I appreciate your clientele as well.
[01:58:46.040 --> 01:58:48.360] All right, folks, I want to thank you again.
[01:58:48.360 --> 01:58:53.440] Y'all have a great day.
[01:59:18.360 --> 01:59:47.560] Y'all have a great day.
[01:59:47.560 --> 01:59:56.600] Y'all have a great day.
