[01:32.040 --> 01:37.440]  Since it appears that Masood's WhatsApp status shows that he was last seen at 237 on Wednesday,
[01:37.440 --> 01:42.440]  Home Secretary Amber Roode stated that the encrypted messages must be accessible to intelligence
[01:42.440 --> 01:47.600]  services fighting terrorism, stressing that there must be no place for terrorists to hide.
[01:47.600 --> 01:51.780]  He would be conducting talks with other EU ministers and Brussels and technology firms

[04:55.240 --> 05:00.720]  the first quarter of this new year. And I had an interesting email earlier today. Someone
[05:00.720 --> 05:10.720]  took one of my beginning of show rants here a week or two ago and made a transcribed statement
[05:10.720 --> 05:15.400]  out of it. They transcribed the whole thing and sent it to a bunch of other people and
[05:15.400 --> 05:21.040]  a few radio stations and such. They sent an email. That should be interesting as if my
[05:21.040 --> 05:29.000]  email box isn't full enough now. But here we go. All right. Now yesterday in class,
[05:29.000 --> 05:37.360]  we did an interesting discussion over the unconstitutional actions that occur here in
[05:37.360 --> 05:42.760]  Texas especially. I don't know about everywhere. But for here, these are ones that absolutely
[05:42.760 --> 05:51.760]  do occur in every single issue dealing with either a transportation offense or any type
[05:51.760 --> 05:57.360]  of case that involves a justice or municipal court and sometimes even the county courts
[05:57.360 --> 06:10.720]  at law. So the thing about it is that on the board, I made a list of 12 categories of unconstitutional
[06:10.720 --> 06:17.480]  things that happen in every single one of these cases. And that's just the category.
[06:17.480 --> 06:23.480]  There could be multiple unconstitutional things that occur within each of those categories
[06:23.480 --> 06:31.480]  and there is always at least one. Hence the reason why the category is always done. And
[06:31.480 --> 06:37.960]  I tried to put up there only the things that I know for sure are always done and are always
[06:37.960 --> 06:43.880]  unconstitutional as they're done and as they're written either because they directly conflict
[06:43.880 --> 06:50.080]  with the mandates of the Constitution or they directly conflict with the ideals and principles
[06:50.080 --> 06:59.680]  behind it as well as the law that basically puts it into action. And the thing is is that
[06:59.680 --> 07:08.200]  out of the dozen that I listed on the board, that was not all of the possible categories.
[07:08.200 --> 07:18.840]  There are more. Now if that doesn't tell you that something stinks in Denmark so to speak
[07:18.840 --> 07:29.840]  as the saying goes, then I don't know what will. More than a dozen categories of unconstitutional
[07:29.840 --> 07:40.280]  acts that happen every single time. And you think that this is a justice system. We've
[07:40.280 --> 07:47.960]  discussed this before. It is not a justice system. This is a system meant to do one thing
[07:47.960 --> 07:57.800]  and one thing only. Separate you from your money. That is all it's for. It has nothing,
[07:57.800 --> 08:06.480]  absolutely nothing to do with justice. A good example of that is this. When the Code of
[08:06.480 --> 08:14.600]  Criminal Procedure says that it is the duty of every prosecutor not to convict but to
[08:14.600 --> 08:24.320]  see that justice is done, that is a mandate to take everything into account. The circumstances
[08:24.320 --> 08:34.280]  as well as the law. And if the circumstances merit a violation of the law, the law shall
[08:34.280 --> 08:41.280]  not be enforced as written. This is exactly how things happen when we come to the issue
[08:41.280 --> 08:50.000]  of killing someone in self-defense versus killing someone as an act of murder. The prosecutors
[08:50.000 --> 08:56.400]  in this state will always, in the current day and age, try to find some way to convert
[08:56.400 --> 09:03.280]  an act of self-defense in the manslaughter or murder so that they can get that prosecution
[09:03.280 --> 09:10.640]  and the conviction that they are specifically mandated not to seek if the circumstances
[09:10.640 --> 09:20.320]  outweigh the law. And yet somebody wants to be governor or senator or congressman or
[09:20.320 --> 09:29.360]  president or a judge and will do whatever he has to to get the wins on his record to
[09:29.360 --> 09:35.520]  give him a chance to seize control of that office and beat out his other opponent who
[09:35.520 --> 09:47.520]  did the same thing to get there too. Does that not show you why the system we have,
[09:47.520 --> 09:59.040]  it's not broken people, it is not broken. It is being torn apart, it is being used abusively,
[09:59.040 --> 10:10.320]  it is being used for everything except for its true purpose, justice. We do not have
[10:10.320 --> 10:18.520]  a failed government in America. We have a government that has betrayed the people in
[10:18.520 --> 10:26.200]  America. That's not a failure of government, that's a failure of we the people to hold
[10:26.200 --> 10:32.160]  accountable those criminal scumbags that have seized control of our offices and the power
[10:32.160 --> 10:44.000]  behind them to do evil to the rest of us for their own personal benefit and gain.
[10:44.000 --> 10:49.520]  And there's no way that you can look logically at the things that are going on, both what
[10:49.520 --> 10:55.840]  the law says versus what gets done, the opinions and judgments that come down versus the circumstances
[10:55.840 --> 11:06.000]  of what goes on and not see that for what it is unless you're deaf, dumb, blind and
[11:06.000 --> 11:15.880]  more than just a little bit stupid. You're either a status or a liberal that wants it
[11:15.880 --> 11:20.760]  to be that way or you're too dumb to recognize a problem when it's staring you in the face
[11:20.760 --> 11:27.400]  if you don't see it or you refuse to recognize it in the case of the former, the liberals
[11:27.400 --> 11:33.800]  and the status. They don't recognize any of that as a problem. It's kind of like the
[11:33.800 --> 11:38.760]  way Microsoft totes its operating systems and software. Oh, that's not a bug, it's
[11:38.760 --> 11:46.640]  a feature. What? Your entire document disappeared after you'd worked on it for three straight
[11:46.640 --> 11:50.800]  days and it's a billion-dollar contract agreement and now you got to start over? That's not
[11:50.800 --> 12:01.080]  a bug, that's a feature. That's exactly what these people have done in relation to our
[12:01.080 --> 12:11.720]  system of government. It's not that it's full of bugs, but it is full of criminals who have
[12:11.720 --> 12:19.240]  abused it, misused it, misapplied it and gone off the reservation as far as you can possibly
[12:19.240 --> 12:31.640]  imagine in how they're supposed to use it and run it. So what? Why shouldn't they be
[12:31.640 --> 12:38.960]  able to do that as long as you and I sit back and do nothing about it? It's kind of like
[12:38.960 --> 12:43.720]  waking up in your home in the middle of the night and you hear somebody has broken in,
[12:43.720 --> 12:51.000]  you can hear them moving around, you can hear them pilfering, but instead of getting up
[12:51.000 --> 12:55.040]  or calling the cops or anyone else for that matter, doing anything at all to get them
[12:55.040 --> 13:00.080]  out of your house and to stop them from stealing whatever you have, you get up real quiet,
[13:00.080 --> 13:04.440]  you walk over and you lock your bedroom door and hope that they're not curious enough to
[13:04.440 --> 13:11.800]  try to bust it in to see who's there. And we'll just stop with whatever they can take
[13:11.800 --> 13:20.680]  on the other side of it. It's pretty much the same thing. We have allowed those that
[13:20.680 --> 13:27.720]  are supposed to be serving us to take our office and treat it as if it belongs solely
[13:27.720 --> 13:37.800]  to them and that they may use it as they please. Not a single governmental office that I can
[13:37.800 --> 13:51.360]  name, and I can name plenty, does anything for the benefit of the people. It doesn't.
[13:51.360 --> 13:55.120]  They give you all the appearances that they do, but on the back end, they're not doing
[13:55.120 --> 14:01.240]  anything that benefits you. For instance, let's talk for a minute about a phone call
[14:01.240 --> 14:07.400]  I got here a week or two ago dealing with the land patent and property taxes. Under
[14:07.400 --> 14:12.040]  the language of the land patent, the state of Texas has no claim to any property that
[14:12.040 --> 14:19.680]  was ceded to the property owner through a land patent. The language of the patent is
[14:19.680 --> 14:25.440]  very clear that the state of Texas relinquishes all claims and title to that land forever.
[14:25.440 --> 14:31.240]  Now what that means in a straight up sense is Texas can tax any land that is in the public
[14:31.240 --> 14:41.840]  domain. It cannot tax any land that is under a land patent because it is not within the
[14:41.840 --> 14:53.320]  public domain. It is absolutely private. By relinquishing all rights and title to that
[14:53.320 --> 15:02.120]  land, they've even ceded state jurisdiction over that land, at least to the degree that
[15:02.120 --> 15:14.360]  they can't go on it for any reason other than an actual criminal act, and that's it. But
[15:14.360 --> 15:21.720]  the people that are in charge of this government refuse to recognize the very instruments that
[15:21.720 --> 15:28.920]  not only limit their power today, but limit their power at the time that patent was created,
[15:28.920 --> 15:38.440]  the patent itself. Prove for that is the fact that those that work in the Texas land office.
[15:38.440 --> 15:44.240]  The land management office's sole responsibility and duty under law is to ensure that when
[15:44.240 --> 15:54.520]  a person comes to their door with a certified chain of title to property under a patent
[15:54.520 --> 16:03.880]  that they take that information and issue that portion of land, that plot to that individual
[16:03.880 --> 16:11.960]  by carrying the patent forward in their name as long as they show a clear chain of title
[16:11.960 --> 16:21.400]  all the way to that point. And yet the people in the land office are refusing to do the
[16:21.400 --> 16:31.480]  job for which they were created and not issuing land patents, not accepting those claims under
[16:31.480 --> 16:39.800]  chains of title and chains of custody. So the question comes up, are they doing this
[16:39.800 --> 16:46.400]  of their own volition or are they doing this as a directive of some higher authority within
[16:46.400 --> 16:53.200]  government so that Texas can pretend to steal the taxes legally? Think about that for a minute

[20:30.860 --> 20:36.900]  I mean time and time again you'll get a court opinion out there that completely goes just
[20:36.900 --> 20:43.620]  off the deep end when it comes to talking about your rights and in every instance the
[20:43.620 --> 20:49.140]  way they determine your right versus government power favors government.
[20:49.140 --> 20:56.900]  It's a complete inverse of what this country was designed to create and hold dear.
[20:56.900 --> 21:04.420]  The whole reason this country developed was because of government power over the people

[21:30.700 --> 21:38.900]  time they're right from even a logical standpoint they're right and we the people allow them
[21:38.900 --> 21:49.220]  to create law that defies logic, that defies morality as far as the principles of rights
[21:49.220 --> 21:56.500]  liberty and freedom and we just let it go on and on and on and they compound this and
[21:56.500 --> 22:03.500]  they compound this and there is a quote by Voltaire, the more corrupt the state the more
[22:03.500 --> 22:07.420]  numerous its laws.
[22:07.420 --> 22:13.500]  Think about that one too and then consider how many different laws the state of Texas
[22:13.500 --> 22:19.500]  has through its codes, through its ordinances, through its regulations and agencies.
[22:19.500 --> 22:26.500]  We're expected to know every regulation of every agency even if we don't do anything
[22:26.500 --> 22:32.500]  that that agency is intended to regulate they attempt to use that agency and its regulations
[22:32.500 --> 22:35.500]  against us whatever it suits them.
[22:35.500 --> 22:43.500]  Municipalities, that's their bread and butter, is applying regulations that have nothing to
[22:43.500 --> 22:47.500]  do with the general public and could never have anything to do with it.
[22:47.500 --> 22:53.500]  And could never have anything to do with the general public as if they were actual law.
[22:53.500 --> 23:00.500]  The legislature creates a definition of law that includes these things as if it were actual
[23:00.500 --> 23:07.500]  law making that definition itself absolutely unconstitutional under article three section
[23:07.500 --> 23:14.500]  one of the Texas Constitution because it attempts to encompass within those things created by
[23:14.500 --> 23:20.500]  the legislature things that are not created by the legislature and have them treated as
[23:20.500 --> 23:28.500]  if they were valid constitutional law enacted by that legislature.
[23:28.500 --> 23:38.500]  Our government hasn't failed us, it has betrayed us.
[23:38.500 --> 23:47.500]  And what bothers me most about it is that it does not matter who you put in that office.
[23:47.500 --> 23:53.500]  Doesn't matter what their values are, doesn't matter what their motives are.
[23:53.500 --> 24:02.500]  As long as they believe the system in its current state works, this will never change.
[24:02.500 --> 24:06.500]  As long as they will keep drinking the Kool-Aid that this is how it's done and this is why
[24:06.500 --> 24:12.500]  it's done that way, it will never get changed.
[24:12.500 --> 24:18.500]  We're going to have to replace them with people who know what is wrong and why it's wrong
[24:18.500 --> 24:21.500]  and refuse to play along.
[24:21.500 --> 24:32.500]  And we have to have more of them than we do of the other or nothing gets changed.
[24:32.500 --> 24:36.500]  Now that's the only peaceful way this is going to happen.
[24:36.500 --> 24:40.500]  And I do not in any way shape or form see that as a viable solution.
[24:40.500 --> 24:46.500]  Not when the corrupt individuals are the ones that control the outcome of the votes.
[24:46.500 --> 24:52.500]  So you're not going to get people into those offices like I'm describing.
[24:52.500 --> 25:00.500]  They will never be allowed to get into those offices.
[25:00.500 --> 25:06.500]  So until we do a clean sweep and replace these people with the kind of people I'm describing
[25:06.500 --> 25:12.500]  or we have another civil war, this country state by state, county by county, city by city
[25:12.500 --> 25:18.500]  will keep swirling around the toilet bowl until it finally hits the bottom.
[25:18.500 --> 25:25.500]  And once it goes over that hump, there ain't no coming back.
[25:25.500 --> 25:32.500]  There you go to a deep, dark, smelly place, never to return.
[25:32.500 --> 25:34.500]  So what are we going to do about it, folks?
[25:34.500 --> 25:38.500]  We've got to do something and we've got to start thinking about it and doing it soon
[25:38.500 --> 25:47.500]  because if we don't, we're about to reach the point of no return.
[25:47.500 --> 25:52.500]  And those that have put your faith in one individual anywhere to solve this problem,
[25:52.500 --> 25:55.500]  you better think again.
[25:55.500 --> 25:58.500]  You better think again.
[25:58.500 --> 26:10.500]  Stop looking to someone else to do what you already know needs done and is right.
[26:10.500 --> 26:15.500]  That is one of our other biggest failings.

[26:21.500 --> 26:28.500]  That is the mindset that got us in this hole.
[26:28.500 --> 26:29.500]  I'm not able.

[26:36.500 --> 26:40.500]  Let me do my thing and leave me in mind alone and I don't want to get involved

[26:45.500 --> 26:53.500]  Well, welcome to the result of that mindset.
[26:53.500 --> 27:00.500]  If you think that this was not done in stages by design,
[27:00.500 --> 27:05.500]  then you aren't really thinking things through real clear
[27:05.500 --> 27:14.500]  because with each new generation that has come about, these things have evolved.
[27:14.500 --> 27:19.500]  I mean, looking how short a time we went from everybody protesting almost any
[27:19.500 --> 27:26.500]  different thing you could imagine in the 60s to here it is 2017 and the only thing
[27:26.500 --> 27:35.500]  they'll protest is whether or not they can smoke weed.
[27:35.500 --> 27:39.500]  And a few small groups that are protesting about the things that are going on,
[27:39.500 --> 27:46.500]  the media and law enforcement and government work to spend their issue
[27:46.500 --> 27:55.500]  to make it appear as if they're nutjobs, they're self-serving or they have evil intent.
[27:55.500 --> 27:58.500]  And everybody trusts the information they're getting,
[27:58.500 --> 28:04.500]  but that they have never verified firsthand by talking to anyone about this stuff.

[36:50.500 --> 37:02.500]  The land patents here in Texas were signed by the then president of the Texas government, okay, up until we became a state,
[37:02.500 --> 37:05.500]  and then it was signed by the Texas governor.
[37:05.500 --> 37:18.500]  But that land as public land was sold or ceded to the landowner that received it via that patent from the state.
[37:18.500 --> 37:30.500]  And in the language of that patent, which the case law in Texas says is a binding contract upon all parties, including the state,
[37:30.500 --> 37:42.500]  that that patent, by its language, cedes all rights and claims to that land forever.
[37:42.500 --> 37:54.500]  And that that land shall pass to the named individual in that patent and to their heirs or assigns forever.
[37:54.500 --> 37:56.500]  So you can sell it.
[37:56.500 --> 37:58.500]  You can do anything with it you want.
[37:58.500 --> 38:06.500]  The important thing is, is it never returns to the government unless they're the ones you sell it to.
[38:06.500 --> 38:17.500]  If they have no claims, titles, or anything else to that land, there is no way they can tax it.
[38:17.500 --> 38:32.500]  The property taxes upon land under a land patent are patently void under the contractual terms, as well as a violation of the Texas Constitution.
[38:32.500 --> 38:39.500]  So the idea is to keep your land from being stolen from you for any reason.
[38:39.500 --> 38:48.500]  Yeah, the state cannot use imminent domain or anything else on land it has no jurisdiction over.
[38:48.500 --> 38:56.500]  They may as well declare imminent domain over the city of Paris.
[38:56.500 --> 39:02.500]  Are we considering that government has guns and can do pretty much whatever they want?
[39:02.500 --> 39:08.500]  I'm sorry, is there something missing in that that says we don't?

[40:15.500 --> 40:27.500]  In response to your question that I believe you were asking then, what I was saying was that here in Texas we have the Texas land office.
[40:27.500 --> 40:35.500]  And their sole job is to assist individuals in carrying forward those land patents in their name.
[40:35.500 --> 40:55.500]  But in order for them to assist the individual in getting that done, the individual must do all the necessary research and documentation and bring to that office a certified chain of title from the original patent to date.
[40:55.500 --> 41:00.500]  They do that and the chain is unbroken.
[41:00.500 --> 41:22.500]  The people at the patent office are required, or at the land office, are required to then take that plot of land that you have from the portion that was originally allotted and carry that plot forward in your name under a new patent.
[41:22.500 --> 41:27.500]  Would that information be available from a title company?
[41:27.500 --> 41:34.500]  I will tell you the best people in the world to talk to about how to do all of that.
[41:34.500 --> 41:37.500]  They call them land men.
[41:37.500 --> 41:40.500]  They work for oil companies.
[41:40.500 --> 41:53.500]  They're the people that do all of the research on who owns a piece of property where they wish to put in a test well or do any soil sampling.
[41:53.500 --> 42:15.500]  They have to find the original owner and contract with them to go on to that land for those purposes. And they are meticulous in how they go through the county records to research that information and come to who has a clear chain of title and ownership of that land.
[42:15.500 --> 42:22.500]  And that is the person who they must contact and contract with to get on it.
[42:22.500 --> 42:32.500]  And who they will owe royalties to for any thing they discover on it that they're going to wind up mining off of or buying.
[42:32.500 --> 42:36.500]  Okay, so that's how you go about getting me a chance.
[42:36.500 --> 42:46.500]  Well, what you go about doing is finding some of these people and talking to them about how to do the research or seeing if they will let you pay them to do it for you.
[42:46.500 --> 42:47.500]  I see.
[42:47.500 --> 42:57.500]  Well, mine's relatively simple. However, should somebody come up and present you with a bill or a lien or something like that?
[42:57.500 --> 43:11.500]  Then if you have that information and if you have a clear chain of custody converted into a patent, you then can sue for breach of contract and fraud.
[43:11.500 --> 43:12.500]  Okay.
[43:12.500 --> 43:14.500]  But you will have to sue.
[43:14.500 --> 43:16.500]  Am I coming through all right?

[43:18.500 --> 43:24.500]  But now if you're actually in Alaska, I don't know what a land patent in Alaska looks like.

[50:39.500 --> 50:45.500]  So when you go down to the office, I think we've already talked on this,
[50:45.500 --> 50:50.500]  that everyone, like a lemmy goes down when they get their house and they file it with the office.
[50:50.500 --> 51:00.500]  And well, now you're on the taxable but you do not get the opportunity to file it or register it as private.

[51:02.500 --> 51:08.500]  Well, there is a lady here in Texas right now that is going at this hot and heavy.
[51:08.500 --> 51:16.500]  She is fighting tooth and nail against the county tax assessor where she lives over this very issue.
[51:16.500 --> 51:21.500]  She's got everything that she's done and is doing up on a website that she's put up.

[55:41.500 --> 55:54.500]  So there was no land in Texas that could possibly exist today that was not bequeathed by patent to someone originally.
[55:54.500 --> 56:05.500]  Unless it is a part of the reserve public lands that have been put up under deed only rather than patent.
[56:05.500 --> 56:20.500]  But it was interesting that I was able to, in my path, I was able to see how this property, how this, where I match and the surrounding property, how it slowly got broken down and broken down and broken down.
[56:20.500 --> 56:27.500]  And eventually, you know, a developer bought sections of property and started building houses on them.
[56:27.500 --> 56:35.500]  Now, my question is you said on your certified line of.

[01:09:06.500 --> 01:09:11.500]  Well, the reason I'm arguing that is because I've got case law that shows that

[01:09:18.500 --> 01:09:24.500]  Now, if they're leasing the land, renting the land, or only have a lease on it

[01:09:33.500 --> 01:09:37.500]  then it wouldn't be joint jurisdiction, not according to the case law.
[01:09:37.500 --> 01:09:49.500]  No, this comes from state law and it goes in compliance with Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution.
[01:09:49.500 --> 01:10:02.500]  And this was upheld by a Senate and House joint reference research project that they did in 1957,
[01:10:02.500 --> 01:10:07.500]  stating that the only way that the federal government can get jurisdiction anywhere
[01:10:07.500 --> 01:10:16.500]  within the exterior boundaries of any of the union states is by buying it the land
[01:10:16.500 --> 01:10:21.500]  and then asking the state legislature for jurisdiction.
[01:10:21.500 --> 01:10:27.500]  Texas has put a binder on that and any of the states can do it.
[01:10:27.500 --> 01:10:29.500]  There's three other states that have that same kind.
[01:10:29.500 --> 01:10:30.500]  Okay, well, then that's a good thing.
[01:10:30.500 --> 01:10:35.500]  That means we get to smack a federal judge right in the head when he tries to say otherwise.
[01:10:35.500 --> 01:10:41.500]  That's correct because state, this happened and I've got a copy of it.
[01:10:41.500 --> 01:10:47.500]  And on that website, you know, Jennifer's website that you referenced,
[01:10:47.500 --> 01:10:49.500]  I made sure she got it up there.

[01:11:26.500 --> 01:11:29.500]  You know what the surveyor says it is and all that.
[01:11:29.500 --> 01:11:34.500]  So you can go straight to the archives to get a copy of the original land patent that encompasses it.
[01:11:34.500 --> 01:11:36.500]  And you can get it on Parchment.
[01:11:36.500 --> 01:11:44.500]  It's actually a good idea to buy it on Parchment and get it certified at the time and get the entire file
[01:11:44.500 --> 01:11:50.500]  that includes all the transfers and everything that they did while they still had it inside the GLO
[01:11:50.500 --> 01:11:57.500]  before they transferred the deed transfers and everything out to the counties.
[01:11:57.500 --> 01:12:07.500]  And any county records clerk or county clerk that tells you that they no longer use land patents in the county
[01:12:07.500 --> 01:12:14.500]  like I have been told by the clerk in Comel County.
[01:12:14.500 --> 01:12:24.500]  She got a phone call while I was standing there from the GLO land patent attorney because I called it.
[01:12:24.500 --> 01:12:33.500]  So they had a nice little discussion about land patents and land patents and the records there too in the counties
[01:12:33.500 --> 01:12:37.500]  are the only true records of land in the counties.
[01:12:37.500 --> 01:12:44.500]  The deeds are not true records for true ownership.
[01:12:44.500 --> 01:12:45.500]  Right.
[01:12:45.500 --> 01:12:46.500]  You know that.
[01:12:46.500 --> 01:12:50.500]  Yeah, they're legal ownership not equity ownership.
[01:12:50.500 --> 01:12:54.500]  Yeah, you have to have true equity ownership.

[01:14:06.500 --> 01:14:18.500]  If you were a freeholder, in other words, a property owner, you could put your property up so you could vote for taxation so you could vote in that bond issue.
[01:14:18.500 --> 01:14:30.500]  Yeah, if they needed funds, that was how property taxes were raised was voluntary taxation of private property to fiscally support a bill that you were going to vote in favor of.

[01:14:31.500 --> 01:14:40.500]  Now, if you did not put your property up and you did not vote in that bond election, you were not taxed.
