[00:00.000 --> 00:05.840] The following use flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown, providing the jelly
[00:05.840 --> 00:08.360] bulletins for the commodities market.
[00:08.360 --> 00:20.960] Today in history, news updates and the inside scoop into the tides of the alternative.
[00:20.960 --> 00:26.760] Markets for Friday, the 4th of November, 2016, are currently treading with gold at $1,304.10
[00:26.760 --> 00:33.680] an ounce, silver $18.41 an ounce, Texas crude $44.66 a barrel, and Bitcoin is currently
[00:33.680 --> 00:41.400]  sitting at about $697 U.S. currency.
[00:41.400 --> 00:45.920] Today in history, the year 1952, the United States government establishes the National
[00:45.920 --> 00:51.000] Security Agency, or NSA, an intelligence organization of the United States government responsible
[00:51.000 --> 00:55.600] for global monitoring, collection, and processing of information and data for foreign intelligence
[00:55.600 --> 00:57.400]  and counterintelligence purposes.
[00:57.400 --> 01:03.920] The NSA was established today in history.
[01:03.920 --> 01:08.440] In recent news, WikiLeaks just dumped part 30 of Hillary Clinton's campaign manager,
[01:08.440 --> 01:13.000] John Podesta's, hacked emails, bringing the total thus far to over 47,000.
[01:13.000 --> 01:17.040] Julian Assange, who still is essentially on house arrest at the Ecuadorian embassy in
[01:17.040 --> 01:21.320] London, gave an interview with Russia Today where he claims that the outcome of next Tuesday's
[01:21.320 --> 01:25.640] presidential election between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton has already been decided,
[01:25.640 --> 01:31.680] saying, quote, because he has had every establishment off his side, Trump does not have one establishment,
[01:31.680 --> 01:35.520] maybe with the exception of the evangelicals, if you can call them an establishment.
[01:35.520 --> 01:40.080] Banks, intelligence, arms companies, foreign money, et cetera, are all united behind Hillary
[01:40.080 --> 01:44.080] Clinton and the media as well, media owners and the journalists themselves.
[01:44.080 --> 01:49.880] This is days after political activists discovered a hidden website for WRCB, an NBC affiliate
[01:49.880 --> 01:54.960] out of Chattanooga, Tennessee, showing election results with Hillary Clinton securing 343
[01:54.960 --> 01:58.000] electoral votes and 42 percent of the popular vote.
[01:58.000 --> 02:01.680] Hillary, her campaign and the media are accusing Russia for the hacking of tens of thousands
[02:01.680 --> 02:04.560] of emails that WikiLeaks has dumped out in the past weeks.
[02:04.560 --> 02:08.400] However, Julian Assange has vehemently denied any involvement from the Kremlin.
[02:08.400 --> 02:12.000] A majority of Hillary's hacked emails that have been released via WikiLeaks since March
[02:12.000 --> 02:21.720] of 2016 can be searched through at WikiLeaks.org forward slash Clinton dash emails.
[02:21.720 --> 02:25.760] CBS News reported earlier today that U.S. intelligence agencies have alerted joint terrorism
[02:25.760 --> 02:30.200] task forces that al Qaeda could potentially be planning terrorist attacks in New York,
[02:30.200 --> 02:34.280] Texas and Virginia for Monday, the day before the election, though no specific cities and
[02:34.280 --> 02:35.760]  landmarks are mentioned.
[02:35.760 --> 02:39.320] Counterterrorism spokespersons have stated that as the election day nears, federal law
[02:39.320 --> 02:42.640] enforcement is planning for several worst case scenarios.
[02:42.640 --> 02:47.440] While earlier this week, an alert warned local police of polling places being seen as attractive
[02:47.440 --> 02:53.040] targets for lone wolf type of attacks by individuals motivated by violent extremist ideologies such
[02:53.040 --> 02:54.040]  as sovereign citizens.
[02:54.040 --> 03:23.280] This was Brooke Rhodey with your Lowdown for November 4th, 2016.
[03:55.040 --> 04:22.040] We'll raise up our glasses against evil forces singing,
[04:22.040 --> 04:40.720] Alright folks, good evening, this is the Monday Night Rule of Law radio show with your host
[04:40.720 --> 04:41.720]  Eddie Craig.
[04:41.720 --> 04:47.960] It is October something or other, heck, I can't even tell you at the moment, 24th, something
[04:47.960 --> 04:49.600]  like that.
[04:49.600 --> 04:53.400] We are live tonight, it is not an archive.
[04:53.400 --> 04:59.040] Now as you all know, I have been spending the last several weeks working on a felony
[04:59.040 --> 05:00.040]  evasion case.
[05:00.040 --> 05:05.880] I got the paperwork finished for that to disqualify the two district judges to hopefully get the
[05:05.880 --> 05:11.880] indictment against the individual quashed because of all of the due process and violations
[05:11.880 --> 05:17.040] of law that these people performed to get this indictment.
[05:17.040 --> 05:22.280] Some of these people should be going to prison over this, but they won't.
[05:22.280 --> 05:28.680] And the reason they won't is because the public is not aware of what's going on.
[05:28.680 --> 05:33.440] And the public is not aware of what's going on, not simply because there's not enough
[05:33.440 --> 05:38.400] information out there to tell them, but because they're too apathetic to actually care when
[05:38.400 --> 05:40.860]  it's made known to them.
[05:40.860 --> 05:47.560] And so good people suffer from the apathy of the ignorant.
[05:47.560 --> 05:55.920] And that's what this show and all the shows on this network are here to try to change.
[05:55.920 --> 06:02.640] We try to not only bring you the information and make it as accurate and truthful and as
[06:02.640 --> 06:10.240] researchable as possible when we do it, but we also try to motivate you to understand
[06:10.240 --> 06:14.880] that knowing is not enough.
[06:14.880 --> 06:20.680] There has to be some doing involved with the knowing.
[06:20.680 --> 06:26.840] Now I've been accused by lawyers of wanting to be, or attorneys rather, of wanting to
[06:26.840 --> 06:29.720]  be an attorney.
[06:29.720 --> 06:34.960] No way in hell do I want to be an attorney, okay?
[06:34.960 --> 06:41.040] To be an attorney means to be a liar and a thief, a dishonest individual.
[06:41.040 --> 06:46.440] I will never desire to be an attorney.
[06:46.440 --> 06:52.200] All of us, however, have the potential to be lawyers because the definition of a lawyer
[06:52.200 --> 06:56.640] is simply someone knowledgeable in the law.
[06:56.640 --> 07:02.140] Now the difference between what we understand law to be and what the attorneys understand
[07:02.140 --> 07:07.800] law to be are very, very different things.
[07:07.800 --> 07:13.560] Attorneys see law only as that which is created by the courts and ruled upon by the courts
[07:13.560 --> 07:18.840] to mean whatever it says, whether that's the actual words and language used to make it
[07:18.840 --> 07:19.840]  or not.
[07:19.840 --> 07:28.120] In other words, they are perverters of law, okay?
[07:28.120 --> 07:35.440] They reinterpret it and change its meaning beyond the words it contains.
[07:35.440 --> 07:43.700] When the only delegated power they actually have is to determine whether or not, as written,
[07:43.700 --> 07:47.560] that law would be constitutional.
[07:47.560 --> 07:52.480] Now they're not the only ones with the power to determine whether or not anything in law
[07:52.480 --> 07:59.720] is constitutional or whether any action by a government official is constitutional.
[07:59.720 --> 08:07.320] Every branch of government, being an independent branch, has the ability to make that determination.
[08:07.320 --> 08:12.120] And when the executive department sees the judicial department doing something that's
[08:12.120 --> 08:19.560] not only unconstitutional but illegal, they should be charging and arresting and prosecuting
[08:19.560 --> 08:26.980] those judicial individuals and vice versa.
[08:26.980 --> 08:28.720]  But that doesn't happen.
[08:28.720 --> 08:34.360] And the reason it doesn't happen is because our independent branches of government have
[08:34.360 --> 08:43.880] become a unified force against the sovereignty and individual rights of we the people.
[08:43.880 --> 08:46.820] They were supposed to remain separate and independent.
[08:46.820 --> 08:51.800] They no longer are and have not been for quite some time.
[08:51.800 --> 08:56.640] The judiciary makes the argument that it has to do certain things a certain way and grant
[08:56.640 --> 09:03.760] itself and every other agency some unknown form of immunity that we never gave them the
[09:03.760 --> 09:09.880] authority to have to protect the ability of government to function, and not just the judiciary
[09:09.880 --> 09:11.960]  but every single department.
[09:11.960 --> 09:18.920] Now that means that the courts are unilaterally declaring themselves the arbiter of what is
[09:18.920 --> 09:24.600] constitutional and proper for every other department to perform those functions.
[09:24.600 --> 09:29.200] And they're not authorized to do that either.
[09:29.200 --> 09:33.160] They want to claim no other department can tell them how to perform judicial functions,
[09:33.160 --> 09:39.120] yet they are sitting up here and rewriting statute and law to suit their own ends and
[09:39.120 --> 09:45.640] to further governmental power over individual liberty at every turn.
[09:45.640 --> 09:54.080] And you have been taught and indoctrinated into the idea that this is not only acceptable
[09:54.080 --> 09:57.280] but was the way that it was originally designed.
[09:57.280 --> 10:03.240] And that is not true.
[10:03.240 --> 10:10.120] While I was going through this and writing the pleadings for this case, I could make
[10:10.120 --> 10:18.840] note of so many violations of rights just in the way the procedures are already written
[10:18.840 --> 10:23.640] to fill a book of legal argument.
[10:23.640 --> 10:29.720] Not to mention when you compound it with case law that demonstrably goes against the law
[10:29.720 --> 10:38.320] even as it is written and further harms the individual being accused and deprives them
[10:38.320 --> 10:47.080] of necessary precious rights to substantive and procedural due process, rights for which
[10:47.080 --> 10:54.280] there is no existing remedy in the law.
[10:54.280 --> 11:03.900] And the courts compound that fact by creating a greater level of harm through their opinions.
[11:03.900 --> 11:09.640] Now once you, I'm posting a new article on the blog which is getting gone through to
[11:09.640 --> 11:12.440] get it formatted and everything properly so it reads right.
[11:12.440 --> 11:17.280] And I'm going to attach the actual Word documents as some PDF version documents of the case
[11:17.280 --> 11:21.400] law that are discussed in some of this paperwork.
[11:21.400 --> 11:27.640] But you will see seven or eight Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, the Supreme Court on
[11:27.640 --> 11:38.960] the criminal side here in Texas, opinions that blatantly violate Texas law and Texas
[11:38.960 --> 11:42.480] statute and Texas rules of procedure.
[11:42.480 --> 11:47.880] But not only does it violate those things, the way the opinions are written and what
[11:47.880 --> 11:55.720] they say and do directly violates the most fundamental due process rights of the individual
[11:55.720 --> 11:59.560]  that you can imagine.
[11:59.560 --> 12:04.160] And all that's going to be in the paperwork that's up there on the blog when I get it
[12:04.160 --> 12:07.600]  posted, you'll see it.
[12:07.600 --> 12:21.080] But it is astounding to me that every Sunday how few people actually show up for the live
[12:21.080 --> 12:22.080]  class.
[12:22.080 --> 12:27.040] It astounds me how many people show up when we actually are able to stream the class in
[12:27.040 --> 12:31.880]  the online presence.
[12:31.880 --> 12:39.080] And it is becoming more and more apparent to me that people just don't give a damn
[12:39.080 --> 12:41.200]  anymore.
[12:41.200 --> 12:46.280] They have too many other things eaten into their day to have any concern over something
[12:46.280 --> 12:51.160] that they perceive as not directly affecting them at the moment.
[12:51.160 --> 12:57.440] Now they're the first ones to scream bloody murder when they need help and the last ones
[12:57.440 --> 13:03.640] to actually begin to help themselves.
[13:03.640 --> 13:10.080] And yet, when they have the opportunity before there's a problem to prepare for that problem,
[13:10.080 --> 13:15.120]  they don't.
[13:15.120 --> 13:21.440]  And I cannot understand this mindset.
[13:21.440 --> 13:23.680]  I can't.
[13:23.680 --> 13:28.360] If I knew that there was a problem headed my way, that if I didn't do something about,
[13:28.360 --> 13:35.880] it was going to hit me like a tsunami on the coastline, and you knew that I knew this and
[13:35.880 --> 13:39.860] you could stand apart from it and look at it and see it coming and see me doing nothing
[13:39.860 --> 13:42.400] about it and look at me and go, what kind of fool are you?
[13:42.400 --> 13:46.160] You're not doing anything to either get out of the way or stop this.
[13:46.160 --> 13:50.360]  What's going on?
[13:50.360 --> 13:55.240] And to me, you put someone in that situation and they're trying to look at you and go,
[13:55.240 --> 13:56.240]  it's a tsunami.
[13:56.240 --> 13:58.640] What do you want me to do?
[13:58.640 --> 14:05.560] Well, hell, if nothing else, find a hill, okay?
[14:05.560 --> 14:09.880] Something that's going to be at least higher than the water when it gets there.
[14:09.880 --> 14:12.960]  At least that's something.
[14:12.960 --> 14:16.800] But instead, you sit there and stare at the sunset so you don't miss one before it actually
[14:16.800 --> 14:21.360]  gets to you.
[14:21.360 --> 14:28.920] People if we don't get out of our damn armchairs and get off our lazy behinds and start learning
[14:28.920 --> 14:37.760] what our public servants under the guise of law and proper authority are doing to us,
[14:37.760 --> 14:42.720] this country is as good as gone.
[14:42.720 --> 14:45.600] There will be no more America.
[14:45.600 --> 14:57.500] There will be FEMA region seven, but there won't be an America.
[14:57.500 --> 15:05.280] We will be global dominated continent three, but we will not be America.
[15:05.280 --> 15:09.680] You will not be free as you understand free, though most of you, even though you're not
[15:09.680 --> 15:17.280] free now, can't seem to conceptualize why that is.
[15:17.280 --> 15:22.840] It's very easy to stand up and proclaim yourself a free man when there's no one standing next
[15:22.840 --> 15:31.080] to you with a stick to tell you, oh, no, you're not, and at the same time not realize that
[15:31.080 --> 15:36.280] they are walking your direction.
[15:36.280 --> 15:39.720] You want to know the epitome of stupidity and irony?
[15:39.720 --> 15:44.960] It's when you're the kind of person that puts a come and take it banner on the windshield
[15:44.960 --> 15:47.740] of your truck or on the back window of your truck.
[15:47.740 --> 15:53.040] At the same time, you put the thin blue line support logo right there on top of it.
[15:53.040 --> 15:58.240] You dig the irony here, the very people you're supporting are the same ones that are going
[15:58.240 --> 16:01.120] to come and take it when they're ordered to.
[16:01.120 --> 16:08.480] Now, yes, that's a meme on Facebook, but it's still, in my mind, the mindset of everyone
[16:08.480 --> 16:10.200] in this country right now.
[16:10.200 --> 16:16.320] You do not understand the paradoxes that you are allowing to be created by what you do
[16:16.320 --> 16:22.200]  and do not do.
[16:22.200 --> 16:29.800] Everything you ignore is going to come back and bite you squarely in the butt, and it's
[16:29.800 --> 16:36.160] going to get everyone near you bitten as well.
[16:36.160 --> 16:46.080] If you do not wake up, put up, get up, and get going, you're going to get washed away.
[16:46.080 --> 16:50.040] All right, folks, this is Rule of Law Radio.
[16:50.040 --> 16:54.680]  The calling number is 512-646-1984.
[16:54.680 --> 16:59.880] Here's the call, get in line, we will be right back after this break.
[16:59.880 --> 17:01.040]  Dang, cookies.
[17:01.040 --> 17:02.040]  Cookies?
[17:02.040 --> 17:03.040]  Me love cookies.
[17:03.040 --> 17:04.480]  Oh, hi, cookie munchers.
[17:04.480 --> 17:06.480] No, these are yucky cookies.
[17:06.480 --> 17:07.480]  Cookies?
[17:07.480 --> 17:08.480]  Yucky?
[17:08.480 --> 17:09.480]  No, no bad cookies.
[17:09.480 --> 17:12.080] You can't even eat these cookies, these are cyber cookies.
[17:12.080 --> 17:13.720]  No, can't eat it?
[17:13.720 --> 17:16.680] No, they are cyber cookies and they clog up your computer.
[17:16.680 --> 17:17.680]  These have apples.
[17:17.680 --> 17:18.680]  Really?
[17:18.680 --> 17:20.680]  Oh, that's an actual apple.
[17:20.680 --> 17:22.680]  Yummy apple.
[17:22.680 --> 17:26.680] I'm going to throw away these yucky cookies in the trash.
[17:26.680 --> 17:32.920] I click control, shift, delete, and then scroll down to cookies and clear them.
[17:32.920 --> 17:34.440]  Bye bye, yucky cookies.
[17:34.440 --> 17:40.080] Now I go to logosradio.network.com and I click on the Amazon box on the upper right-hand
[17:40.080 --> 17:46.120] side, bookmark the link, and I can go to Amazon through this link and order you some yummy
[17:46.120 --> 17:47.120]  new cookies.
[17:47.120 --> 17:48.120]  New cookies?
[17:48.120 --> 17:49.120]  For me?
[17:49.120 --> 17:53.520] Consider it an early Christmas present and every time I order on Amazon, I go through
[17:53.520 --> 17:57.240] this link and I give a little present to this radio network too.
[17:57.240 --> 17:58.240]  Fee is for cookie.
[17:58.240 --> 17:59.240]  Fee is for classified.
[17:59.240 --> 18:05.240] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even lawsuits?
[18:05.240 --> 18:09.240] Stop debt collectors now with the Michael Mears proven method.
[18:09.240 --> 18:13.560] Michael Mears has won six cases in federal court against debt collectors and now you
[18:13.560 --> 18:14.560]  can win too.
[18:14.560 --> 18:19.400] You'll get step-by-step instructions in plain English on how to win in court using federal
[18:19.400 --> 18:25.280] civil rights statutes, what to do when contacted by phone, mail, or court summons, how to answer
[18:25.280 --> 18:29.800] letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit report, how to turn the

[18:59.840 --> 19:12.720] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, the LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[19:12.720 --> 19:26.760] All right, folks, we are back.
[19:26.760 --> 19:28.240] This is Rule of Law Radio.
[19:28.240 --> 19:33.240]  The calling number is 512-646-1984.
[19:33.240 --> 19:35.320] Right now, we have John in Texas.
[19:35.320 --> 19:37.320] John, what can we do for you?
[19:37.320 --> 19:44.640] Yeah, I'm fighting a speeding ticket in Texas right now, and I had talked to Randy a couple
[19:44.640 --> 19:50.400] weeks ago, and he sent me some paperwork that he had been in before or that he had used
[19:50.400 --> 19:54.520] before in another case, and I kind of appropriated it to myself.
[19:54.520 --> 19:55.520]  I don't have it in front of me.
[19:55.520 --> 20:05.840] I think it was 26.01, but it was trying to get the officer to say whether he's one of
[20:05.840 --> 20:12.560] the four that the commissioner has appointed to work traffic.
[20:12.560 --> 20:16.240] Was it a deputy sheriff that wrote the ticket?
[20:16.240 --> 20:18.520] No, it was the constable.
[20:18.520 --> 20:19.520]  Okay.
[20:19.520 --> 20:20.520]  Yeah.
[20:20.520 --> 20:22.080]  Well, he's still a county officer.
[20:22.080 --> 20:23.080]  Okay.
[20:23.080 --> 20:24.880]  So I sent that to him.
[20:24.880 --> 20:28.000] The problem here is this for a constable.
[20:28.000 --> 20:35.520] A constable is only authorized under the transportation code to operate way stations and to work as
[20:35.520 --> 20:37.520]  a chaser at a way station.
[20:37.520 --> 20:39.960] He is not authorized to write traffic citations.
[20:39.960 --> 20:43.320] He is not authorized to do any other sort of traffic enforcement.
[20:43.320 --> 20:45.640]  Oh, that's interesting.
[20:45.640 --> 20:46.640]  I didn't know that one.
[20:46.640 --> 20:47.640]  Yeah.
[20:47.640 --> 20:51.960] Well, I got him to initial off, but he had them, and he also sent me a letter back saying
[20:51.960 --> 21:00.040] he didn't have the... He said he doesn't have any paperwork to say that he is one of
[21:00.040 --> 21:04.960] those people that's been appointed to work traffic.
[21:04.960 --> 21:05.960]  That was just a-
[21:05.960 --> 21:09.560] Then what does he say, and he had them?
[21:09.560 --> 21:10.560]  He didn't say anything.
[21:10.560 --> 21:14.920] He just said that in the letter, I wish I had it in front of me, but I'm driving.
[21:14.920 --> 21:15.920]  He says that-
[21:15.920 --> 21:16.920]  I'm sorry, you're what?
[21:16.920 --> 21:17.920]  I don't have that.
[21:17.920 --> 21:18.920]  I'm driving.
[21:18.920 --> 21:19.920]  You're what?
[21:19.920 --> 21:20.920]  I'm not driving.
[21:20.920 --> 21:22.600]  I'm traveling.
[21:22.600 --> 21:31.400] He just said he doesn't have any of the paperwork that I've asked for.
[21:31.400 --> 21:33.400]  That's all he said back.
[21:33.400 --> 21:38.520] Well, you just happen to be in luck because sometime tomorrow, I'm going to be publishing
[21:38.520 --> 21:45.600] an article on the blog complete with an entire motion as well as the posting of the motion,
[21:45.600 --> 21:49.940] but there'll be a LinkedIn document at the bottom for the motion on how to beat a speeding
[21:49.940 --> 21:56.920] charge in Texas on the merits, and it will be an actual motion to dismiss that argues
[21:56.920 --> 22:02.680] in detail the merits to dismiss a speeding charge.
[22:02.680 --> 22:03.680]  Believe me-
[22:03.680 --> 22:04.680]  That's nice.
[22:04.680 --> 22:08.840] You're going to lose at trial, but the court of appeals is going to have a hell of a time
[22:08.840 --> 22:14.720] trying to deny that they had no authority to write this citation.
[22:14.720 --> 22:16.720]  Okay.
[22:16.720 --> 22:26.040] Do you think that the paperwork that I sent to the officer, I should send-
[22:26.040 --> 22:27.040]  I have no idea.
[22:27.040 --> 22:28.040]  I don't know what you sent.
[22:28.040 --> 22:29.040]  Okay.
[22:29.040 --> 22:33.000] You got to send it to me to look at before I can tell you whether or not it should have
[22:33.000 --> 22:34.000]  been used.
[22:34.000 --> 22:35.000]  I got you.
[22:35.000 --> 22:38.640] Well, I just talked to Randy a few weeks ago-
[22:38.640 --> 22:42.440] Yeah, but Randy always gives advice without consulting me when it comes to this stuff,
[22:42.440 --> 22:46.760] so I have no idea what he told you or where to look for it or what kind of argument he
[22:46.760 --> 22:48.040]  situated around it.
[22:48.040 --> 22:50.160]  I'm not saying it's wrong.
[22:50.160 --> 22:52.720]  I'm just saying I don't know what it is.
[22:52.720 --> 22:54.720]  All right.
[22:54.720 --> 22:57.280]  Well, that makes sense.
[22:57.280 --> 22:58.280]  Okay.
[22:58.280 --> 23:03.280] Well, at least it helped me out with knowing that they're only supposed to work way stations.
[23:03.280 --> 23:04.280]  Yeah.
[23:04.280 --> 23:10.280] You can do a search in the entire transportation code online for constable, and you will find
[23:10.280 --> 23:14.640] that the only place where they're specifically authorized to do anything is to operate a
[23:14.640 --> 23:16.640]  way station.
[23:16.640 --> 23:17.640]  Yeah.
[23:17.640 --> 23:26.720] Well, the- I just- the one he had sent me said something to the effect of if it's a
[23:26.720 --> 23:32.240] county under three million people, they can only appoint four officers to work track.
[23:32.240 --> 23:36.840] Yeah, but those officers all have to be deputy sheriffs, not constables.
[23:36.840 --> 23:37.840]  Okay.
[23:37.840 --> 23:38.840]  All right.
[23:38.840 --> 23:46.440] So, okay, well, I think that gives me to where- at least that gives me an answer to what I
[23:46.440 --> 23:47.440]  needed to know.
[23:47.440 --> 23:48.440]  Okay.
[23:48.440 --> 23:49.440]  I appreciate it.
[23:49.440 --> 23:50.440]  All right.
[23:50.440 --> 23:51.440]  All right.
[23:51.440 --> 23:52.440]  Thank you.
[23:52.440 --> 23:53.440]  Yes, sir.
[23:53.440 --> 23:54.440]  Thanks for calling in.
[23:54.440 --> 23:55.440]  All right.
[23:55.440 --> 23:57.040] Now we have Tommy in Texas.
[23:57.040 --> 23:59.040] Tommy, what can we do for you?
[23:59.040 --> 24:00.040]  Hey, Eddie.
[24:00.040 --> 24:01.040]  Good evening.
[24:01.040 --> 24:02.040] Thanks for taking my call.
[24:02.040 --> 24:03.040]  Yes, sir.
[24:03.040 --> 24:07.560] I believe you saw the video I posted on the-
[24:07.560 --> 24:09.240]  I haven't got to watch the video.
[24:09.240 --> 24:11.880] I saw the posting of it, but I haven't got to sit and watch it yet.
[24:11.880 --> 24:14.360] I've been heads down on this felony stuff.
[24:14.360 --> 24:15.360]  Okay.
[24:15.360 --> 24:25.360] Well, the gist of it is I refused to give the Texas State Trooper a driver's license
[24:25.360 --> 24:26.360]  or proof of insurance.
[24:26.360 --> 24:32.280] And specifically, I told him upfront, I am not engaged in transportation.
[24:32.280 --> 24:33.680] And it didn't get much further than that.
[24:33.680 --> 24:38.000] And he- and I hadn't- and I post- you're probably going to get mad at me.
[24:38.000 --> 24:44.880] I had my window half rolled down on the right side of my truck because it's so tall.
[24:44.880 --> 24:45.880]  I couldn't see them.
[24:45.880 --> 24:46.880]  They couldn't see me.
[24:46.880 --> 24:49.880] And they couldn't- it's hard to talk in the window.
[24:49.880 --> 24:57.240] Anyway, he reached in and unlocked my truck, jumped in and grabbed my phone, which I was
[24:57.240 --> 24:58.720]  recording with.
[24:58.720 --> 25:01.960]  You know that's burglary of a vehicle, right?
[25:01.960 --> 25:06.840] I would say aggravated because he was displaying a weapon.
[25:06.840 --> 25:09.120] He had a weapon on his side.
[25:09.120 --> 25:10.120]  Yeah.
[25:10.120 --> 25:11.120]  So here's the problem.
[25:11.120 --> 25:13.680] So you just bought what I told you, hook, line and sinker.
[25:13.680 --> 25:18.920] If you read the statute on burglary of a vehicle, a vehicle only applies to commercial vehicles.
[25:18.920 --> 25:21.640] That's exactly what it says in the statute.
[25:21.640 --> 25:24.640] You can only burglarize a commercial vehicle.
[25:24.640 --> 25:25.640]  Okay.
[25:25.640 --> 25:30.680]  Well, it's- I would say it's aggravated robbery.
[25:30.680 --> 25:35.360] That would work because that's not vehicle based.
[25:35.360 --> 25:36.360]  Right.
[25:36.360 --> 25:41.160]  But aggravated robbery.
[25:41.160 --> 25:48.080] And then when they took me out of the truck and then handcuffed me and just wrenched the
[25:48.080 --> 25:51.560] cuffs down on my wrist, I said, hey, loosen those cuffs.
[25:51.560 --> 25:52.560]  I said, you're cutting off circulation.
[25:52.560 --> 25:53.560]  That hurts.
[25:53.560 --> 25:54.560]  He goes, they're handcuffs.
[25:54.560 --> 25:56.560]  They're supposed to hurt.
[25:56.560 --> 25:57.560]  Yeah.
[25:57.560 --> 26:00.880] So there you've got audio right now of aggravated assault.
[26:00.880 --> 26:02.560]  Yep.
[26:02.560 --> 26:08.320] All they have to do to commit aggravated assault as public servants is to commit simple assault
[26:08.320 --> 26:11.760]  while wearing that gun.
[26:11.760 --> 26:14.400] And he didn't search my whole body.
[26:14.400 --> 26:18.760]  He specifically wanted my driver's license, a driver's license.
[26:18.760 --> 26:22.440] And so after he cuffed me, he reached into my pocket without my-
[26:22.440 --> 26:25.800] That's a Fourth Amendment violation on illegal search and seizure.
[26:25.800 --> 26:32.880] Then he went back to my truck and, against my consent and against my protestations, proceeded
[26:32.880 --> 26:38.680] to search my truck and then took my phone out of my truck and went and took it to the
[26:38.680 --> 26:40.880]  inside of his cruiser.
[26:40.880 --> 26:43.200] And downloaded everything on it.
[26:43.200 --> 26:44.200]  I don't know what he did.
[26:44.200 --> 26:46.880] No, guarantee you that's exactly what he did.
[26:46.880 --> 26:49.240] He downloaded everything on it.
[26:49.240 --> 26:50.240]  Yeah.
[26:50.240 --> 26:54.280]  So, and then-
[26:54.280 --> 26:58.760] They have a machine that can clone your phone without even having to log into it.
[26:58.760 --> 27:02.120]  Well, then that's what they did.
[27:02.120 --> 27:06.120] The only way to prevent them from getting away with that is to make sure that your phone
[27:06.120 --> 27:08.520] encrypts the data that's stored on it.
[27:08.520 --> 27:12.800] If you don't turn on encryption, they can get at everything without ever getting your
[27:12.800 --> 27:13.800]  password.
[27:13.800 --> 27:14.800]  Okay.
[27:14.800 --> 27:19.800] I need to figure out how to do that then.
[27:19.800 --> 27:24.280] And then the citation that they issued, it was issued, there were two troopers there.
[27:24.280 --> 27:25.760] One apparently was in training.
[27:25.760 --> 27:31.760] He's the one that typed up the citation, but it was typed under the other trooper, the
[27:31.760 --> 27:32.760]  trainer's name.
[27:32.760 --> 27:33.760]  Neither one signed it.
[27:33.760 --> 27:34.760]  I didn't sign it.
[27:34.760 --> 27:35.760]  I asked them.
[27:35.760 --> 27:36.760] They told me to sign it.
[27:36.760 --> 27:37.760]  I said, what's going to happen if I don't?
[27:37.760 --> 27:38.760] You're going to take me to jail?
[27:38.760 --> 27:39.760] They said, no, but I'm not signing it.
[27:39.760 --> 27:40.760]  I never signed the citation.
[27:40.760 --> 27:50.000]  And I did go to court, but I didn't plead.
[27:50.000 --> 27:59.680] All I did, I saw the court clerk and I gave her a public information request for the contents
[27:59.680 --> 28:05.080] of the case file, which there was just one electronic document and that was a copy of
[28:05.080 --> 28:06.080]  the citation.
[28:06.080 --> 28:13.440] But it had the officer's input on it and he flat out, they didn't mention the search.
[28:13.440 --> 28:18.240] There's a box for checking for a search that was not checked.
[28:18.240 --> 28:28.200] He said, the driver wanted to provide license and proof of insurance, which actually I refused
[28:28.200 --> 28:30.000] to provide any of that.
[28:30.000 --> 28:31.920] They took it from me against my will.
[28:31.920 --> 28:37.280] So that there, I don't know if that really can be considered aggravated perjury.
[28:37.280 --> 28:38.280]  Absolutely.
[28:38.280 --> 28:40.880]  They're falsifying their reports.
[28:40.880 --> 28:43.640]  They're falsifying their statements.
[28:43.640 --> 28:49.720]  They're committing felonies.
[28:49.720 --> 28:52.880] You need to get your hands on the police cruiser video.
[28:52.880 --> 28:56.640] What about the police cruiser video?
[28:56.640 --> 28:58.840] You need to get a copy of it.
[28:58.840 --> 29:04.120] Call a motion for discovery and get the video from the cruiser.
[29:04.120 --> 29:10.880] Any audio or video from the cruiser, body cameras and body mics.
[29:10.880 --> 29:13.400] You want a copy of any CAD reports.
[29:13.400 --> 29:20.580] You want a copy of any and all radio communications between that trooper and the base.
[29:20.580 --> 29:21.580] You want all of that.
[29:21.580 --> 29:25.720] I've already got that written up into the discovery request already.
[29:25.720 --> 29:26.720]  Okay.
[29:26.720 --> 29:27.720]  All right.
[29:27.720 --> 29:32.440] I've got a copy of the video already, which I posted on the Title 42 website.
[29:32.440 --> 29:34.760]  That's the actual trooper video.
[29:34.760 --> 29:35.760]  You're sure that's the whole thing?
[29:35.760 --> 29:36.760]  They said it was.
[29:36.760 --> 29:37.760] I questioned it because only the trainee's voice is recorded.
[29:37.760 --> 29:46.760] The trainer who was with me outside the trooper vehicle, the voice is not on the recording.
[29:46.760 --> 29:47.760]  Right.
[29:47.760 --> 29:51.840] So either he had his mic intentionally turned off or they've edited him out.
[29:51.840 --> 29:53.920] All right, Tommy, hang on just a second.
[29:53.920 --> 29:56.120] We'll be right back after this break to finish this up.
[29:56.120 --> 29:57.120]  All right, folks.
[29:57.120 --> 29:58.120]  I'll hang in there.
[29:58.120 --> 29:59.120]  We'll be right back.
[29:59.120 --> 30:07.440] What would you do if you ran into a pack of wolves on your way home from work?
[30:07.440 --> 30:12.640] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you how one brave 13-year-old boy scared away
[30:12.640 --> 30:16.000] four big bad wolves right after this.
[30:16.000 --> 30:17.600]  Privacy is under attack.
[30:17.600 --> 30:21.200] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[30:21.200 --> 30:26.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:26.000 --> 30:31.080] To protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[30:31.080 --> 30:33.720]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[30:33.720 --> 30:38.000] This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com, the private search
[30:38.000 --> 30:41.520] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[30:41.520 --> 30:43.480]  Start over with Startpage.
[30:43.480 --> 30:48.960] Imagine you're walking down a country road when suddenly you're surrounded by hungry
[30:48.960 --> 30:49.960]  wolves.
[30:49.960 --> 30:52.920] Should you play dead, wave your arms, try and fight?
[30:52.920 --> 30:56.120] Well, I'd probably try to run and turn into dinner.
[30:56.120 --> 31:00.920] But let me tell you what 13-year-old Walter Eichram of Rokestad, Norway did.
[31:00.920 --> 31:05.200] When he came face to face with four, count them four, big bad wolves on his way home
[31:05.200 --> 31:09.160] from school, he aimed his cell phone at them and cranked up the volume.
[31:09.160 --> 31:13.360] The phone had been playing hard rock and the wolves apparently were not fans.
[31:13.360 --> 31:18.080] They cringed and then trotted away and Walter high-tailed it home without a scratch.
[31:18.080 --> 31:21.480] It's another kid versus wolf story, this one with a happy ending.
[31:21.480 --> 31:30.760] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[31:30.760 --> 31:32.600]  What are you thinking?
[31:32.600 --> 31:38.240] Microplant powder with iodine and probiotics for a total body detox for around $10 a month.
[31:38.240 --> 31:43.680] If USA.org has 12 formulations of microplant powder for absorbing and removing toxins from
[31:43.680 --> 31:49.160] your kidneys, liver, blood, lungs, stomach, and colon, and feel better than ever, it alkalizes.
[31:49.160 --> 31:51.160]  Oxygen A kills parasites.
[31:51.160 --> 31:54.800] What's the job of 10 products that saves you space, time, and money?
[31:54.800 --> 31:59.800]  Call 888-910-4367 only at mqsa.org.
[31:59.800 --> 32:04.960] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law traffic seminar.
[32:04.960 --> 32:08.840] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society and if we, the people, are ever going
[32:08.840 --> 32:12.440] to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights.
[32:12.440 --> 32:16.000] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act
[32:16.000 --> 32:20.040] in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law.
[32:20.040 --> 32:24.280] The courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve our rights
[32:24.280 --> 32:25.280]  through due process.
[32:25.280 --> 32:29.240] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the
[32:29.240 --> 32:33.000] most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process
[32:33.000 --> 32:35.400] is and how to hold the courts to the rule of law.
[32:35.400 --> 32:39.400] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and

[32:48.480 --> 32:50.320] documents and other useful resource material.

[32:54.760 --> 33:02.000] Order your copy today and together we can have the free society we all want and deserve.
[33:02.000 --> 33:05.720]  Live free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com.
[33:05.720 --> 33:25.080] Yes, I got a warrant and I'm going to solve them, to the government them, prosecute them.
[33:25.080 --> 33:26.080]  Okay.
[33:26.080 --> 33:27.080]  All set.
[33:27.080 --> 33:40.680] All right, folks, we are back.
[33:40.680 --> 33:46.160] This is Rule of Law Radio, the calling number 512-646-1984.
[33:46.160 --> 33:47.800] We are speaking with Tommy in Texas.
[33:47.800 --> 33:50.800] All right, Tommy, go ahead.
[33:50.800 --> 33:54.360] Another note of interest during this stop.
[33:54.360 --> 34:00.680] So as the trooper that's riding the ticket, the trainee, you know, I know we just discussed
[34:00.680 --> 34:06.480] that either one or both or the trainer didn't have his mic turned on or what they indicated
[34:06.480 --> 34:12.280] was that only one mic would work at a time, is what I was told.
[34:12.280 --> 34:13.280]  That's what they...
[34:13.280 --> 34:14.280]  They're full of it.
[34:14.280 --> 34:15.280]  That's what they told me.
[34:15.280 --> 34:16.280] They are completely full of it.
[34:16.280 --> 34:17.280]  Well, that's what they're telling me.
[34:17.280 --> 34:25.800] So I don't know how to investigate that further, really.
[34:25.800 --> 34:30.040] One note of interest, as we're standing in front of the cruiser, this trainer is trying
[34:30.040 --> 34:37.160] to look up something on the internet to show me some legal opinion about requirement to
[34:37.160 --> 34:40.280]  provide a driver's license upon demand.
[34:40.280 --> 34:41.280]  And I said, well, look.
[34:41.280 --> 34:42.280]  No, I said, I don't even want to see it.
[34:42.280 --> 34:44.120] I said, do you want to look something up?
[34:44.120 --> 34:50.440] He looked up transportation code, Texas transportation code 201.904.
[34:50.440 --> 34:55.960] And so he looks it up and then he refuses to, I said, no, go ahead and read it out loud
[34:55.960 --> 34:56.960]  for the video audio.
[34:56.960 --> 34:57.960]  Go ahead.
[34:57.960 --> 34:58.960]  And he said, I don't need to do that.
[34:58.960 --> 34:59.960]  I know what it says.
[34:59.960 --> 35:00.960]  So...
[35:00.960 --> 35:01.960]  Right.
[35:01.960 --> 35:04.960] That's why he had to look it up because he knew what it said.
[35:04.960 --> 35:05.960]  Exactly.
[35:05.960 --> 35:14.920] So I think this is a textbook case of what not to do as far as the troopers in a traffic
[35:14.920 --> 35:20.440] stop because I do believe they completely violated my rights.
[35:20.440 --> 35:25.280] I think the minute I told them, hey, look, I'm not engaged in transportation, that should
[35:25.280 --> 35:26.760] have stopped them right there.
[35:26.760 --> 35:30.000] Well, it should have, but you're talking to a moron.
[35:30.000 --> 35:36.400] But they call their supervisor to the scene and they refuse to do that.
[35:36.400 --> 35:37.400]  Yeah.
[35:37.400 --> 35:38.400]  Well, they're DPS.
[35:38.400 --> 35:41.080] Their supervisor is a long way away.
[35:41.080 --> 35:42.080]  Most of the time.
[35:42.080 --> 35:48.800]  They're supervised like five minutes away.
[35:48.800 --> 35:54.160] So I'm waiting for the outcome of this court case to probably file a title.
[35:54.160 --> 36:03.040]  I think I have a good Title 42, 1983 lawsuit that I think is pretty solid.
[36:03.040 --> 36:05.400]  Well, that's possible.
[36:05.400 --> 36:06.400]  Yeah.
[36:06.400 --> 36:13.760] You know, I don't know what the federal court here in the southern region is going to be
[36:13.760 --> 36:18.560] like as far as the, you know, how well they're going to interpret that.
[36:18.560 --> 36:22.080]  I've got the facts down pretty solid, I believe.
[36:22.080 --> 36:24.760] But simple, no, no conclusionary statements.
[36:24.760 --> 36:25.760]  Okay.
[36:25.760 --> 36:32.600] Now, one other thing I want to ask you, I was thinking about filing a motion to quash
[36:32.600 --> 36:35.600]  the citation.
[36:35.600 --> 36:42.960] That would kind of like put them into a, like a probable cause hearing, which I don't know
[36:42.960 --> 36:45.720] if they're going to buy off on that or if the court clerk or even...
[36:45.720 --> 36:49.680] Well, the thing is an examining trial is a probable cause hearing and they're not going
[36:49.680 --> 36:50.720] to conduct one of those.
[36:50.720 --> 36:52.480] They will avoid that at all costs.
[36:52.480 --> 36:57.240] So if I file that motion to quash the citation, they'll never even hear it is what you're
[36:57.240 --> 36:58.240]  telling me, right?
[36:58.240 --> 36:59.240]  No, no, no.
[36:59.240 --> 37:00.240] They have to hear it.
[37:00.240 --> 37:03.840] The problem is, is that they won't hear it in a proper setting and they will simply deny
[37:03.840 --> 37:06.640]  it out of hand.
[37:06.640 --> 37:08.200]  That's what I'm trying to tell you.
[37:08.200 --> 37:09.960] They're going to do one of two things.
[37:09.960 --> 37:15.760] You file this motion as I'm writing it up here on this document and they're going to
[37:15.760 --> 37:19.880] ignore the arguments until the court of appeals gets a hold of it.
[37:19.880 --> 37:25.840] If you file a motion to quash the complaint, they're going to deny it.
[37:25.840 --> 37:27.800] They're not even going to hold a hearing on it.
[37:27.800 --> 37:31.000]  They're just going to deny it.
[37:31.000 --> 37:32.760]  That's what I'm trying to get you to understand.
[37:32.760 --> 37:34.680]  Okay, I understand that.
[37:34.680 --> 37:38.760] The only way you're going to get those motions heard is to have them reviewed at the appellate
[37:38.760 --> 37:39.760]  level.
[37:39.760 --> 37:44.240] Now, if this is a court of no record that you're in, that compounds the problem because
[37:44.240 --> 37:48.880] you got to go through the entire process all over again in a de novo court at the county
[37:48.880 --> 37:49.880]  level.
[37:49.880 --> 37:52.160]  Yeah, it is a JP court.
[37:52.160 --> 37:56.160] Yeah, so you're going to wind up doing the exact same thing all over again at the county
[37:56.160 --> 38:01.000] court level, but at least it will be on the record then.
[38:01.000 --> 38:07.280] But you will be able to prove that the JP acted without jurisdiction if you get these arguments
[38:07.280 --> 38:09.160] on the record the way they're written.
[38:09.160 --> 38:14.760] Okay, well, I'm glad I waited to file anything since I just heard you say you're putting
[38:14.760 --> 38:20.040] that on your blog tomorrow, so I will be anxiously awaiting that.
[38:20.040 --> 38:21.040]  Okay.
[38:21.040 --> 38:27.120] So, that's really all I have, unless you have any other comments on my...
[38:27.120 --> 38:28.120]  At the moment, I don't.
[38:28.120 --> 38:30.440] Like I say, I hadn't actually got to watch the video yet.
[38:30.440 --> 38:33.280] I have been heads down on this other stuff.
[38:33.280 --> 38:37.280] I could look at the comments and get the general idea of what was going on, but I didn't get
[38:37.280 --> 38:38.760] to watch the video yet.
[38:38.760 --> 38:39.760]  Yeah, okay.
[38:39.760 --> 38:42.320] Well, hey, Eddie, thanks a whole bunch.
[38:42.320 --> 38:43.320]  Sure, no problem, Tommy.
[38:43.320 --> 38:44.320] All right, see you next time.
[38:44.320 --> 38:45.320]  All right.
[38:45.320 --> 38:46.320]  Bye-bye.
[38:46.320 --> 38:47.320]  All right.
[38:47.320 --> 38:50.320] Now, we have Truth Raider in Oregon.
[38:50.320 --> 38:52.320] Raider, what can I do for you?
[38:52.320 --> 38:53.320]  Hello, Eddie.
[38:53.320 --> 38:55.320] Well, just a few minutes of your time.
[38:55.320 --> 38:56.320]  I really appreciate it.
[38:56.320 --> 38:57.320]  I know you're...
[38:57.320 --> 38:58.320]  Well, you got five.
[38:58.320 --> 38:59.320] Actually, you got four and a half.
[38:59.320 --> 39:00.320]  Good enough.
[39:00.320 --> 39:01.320]  That's all it'll take.
[39:01.320 --> 39:08.320] I picked up my fee waivers, papers, and all the instructions in here just to let you know
[39:08.320 --> 39:09.320]  because you're so busy.
[39:09.320 --> 39:14.320] I haven't had a chance to send any emails to you because I'm sure you don't have time
[39:14.320 --> 39:17.320] to really watch or get into the emails very much these days.
[39:17.320 --> 39:21.320] But I got that all set to go and I have a year and one week.
[39:21.320 --> 39:24.320]  And let's see how it works.
[39:24.320 --> 39:25.320]  I'm going to do my studies.
[39:25.320 --> 39:29.320] I'm going to do what I need to do in order to do this correctly.
[39:29.320 --> 39:33.320] This is my one shot, my shot to get justice.
[39:33.320 --> 39:34.320]  Okay.
[39:34.320 --> 39:41.320] So are you building this up for the suspense of it or do you have something particular
[39:41.320 --> 39:42.320]  in mind?
[39:42.320 --> 39:43.320]  No.
[39:43.320 --> 39:44.320] Just letting you know what's going on.
[39:44.320 --> 39:45.320] Just giving you an update.
[39:45.320 --> 39:46.320]  Okay.
[39:46.320 --> 39:47.320]  Well, good luck.
[39:47.320 --> 39:48.320]  Yes.
[39:48.320 --> 39:50.320] And other than that, they had three opportunities.
[39:50.320 --> 39:54.320] One, sheriff's deputy, and two, city patrolmen.
[39:54.320 --> 39:58.320] They had their chance to pull me over and they decided...
[39:58.320 --> 40:02.320] They said, nah, we've already been in enough trouble.
[40:02.320 --> 40:05.320]  We don't want any more.
[40:05.320 --> 40:07.320]  Well, that works too.
[40:07.320 --> 40:08.320]  Yeah, that's right.
[40:08.320 --> 40:09.320]  Good success.
[40:09.320 --> 40:12.320] Just want to keep you up to date what's going on step by step.
[40:12.320 --> 40:13.320]  Okay.
[40:13.320 --> 40:16.320] I'll be in touch with you in the weeks to come to let you know how the process is going.
[40:16.320 --> 40:17.320]  All right.
[40:17.320 --> 40:18.320]  Appreciate it.
[40:18.320 --> 40:19.320]  You bet.
[40:19.320 --> 40:20.320]  All right.
[40:20.320 --> 40:21.320]  Take care.
[40:21.320 --> 40:22.320]  God bless, Eddie.
[40:22.320 --> 40:23.320]  You too.
[40:23.320 --> 40:24.320]  Bye-bye.
[40:24.320 --> 40:25.320]  All right.
[40:25.320 --> 40:28.320]  Now we have Thomas.
[40:28.320 --> 40:32.320]  I don't know where, but Thomas.
[40:32.320 --> 40:36.320]  Hello, Thomas.
[40:36.320 --> 40:43.320]  Area code 708, Thomas.
[40:43.320 --> 40:44.320]  All right.
[40:44.320 --> 40:47.320] Next in line, Ralph in Texas.
[40:47.320 --> 40:49.320]  Ralph, you've got about two and a half minutes.
[40:49.320 --> 40:53.320] Then I'll have to take a break and you can hang on to the other side if you need to.
[40:53.320 --> 40:54.320]  Okay.
[40:54.320 --> 40:56.320]  Howdy.
[40:56.320 --> 41:02.320] I heard Tommy talk and I think I've heard him on the show before, and I'd kind of like
[41:02.320 --> 41:04.320] to get in touch with him.
[41:04.320 --> 41:10.320] I'm doing a Title 42, 1983, and so I'm giving my heads up on what may be coming his way
[41:10.320 --> 41:12.320] if he decides to do that.
[41:12.320 --> 41:13.320]  No charts.
[41:13.320 --> 41:18.320] Just share with him what's been going on in my case, sending some papers or giving the
[41:18.320 --> 41:22.320] case number, and he can check it out through Pacer.
[41:22.320 --> 41:23.320]  Okay?
[41:23.320 --> 41:24.320]  Okay.
[41:24.320 --> 41:27.320] You can send him my email or send me his email or something.
[41:27.320 --> 41:28.320]  I'd appreciate it.
[41:28.320 --> 41:32.320] Also, this video he was talking about, is that something the rest of us can view as
[41:32.320 --> 41:33.320]  well?
[41:33.320 --> 41:34.320] Can you give me an answer?
[41:34.320 --> 41:36.320] I don't know if he has it up on YouTube or not.
[41:36.320 --> 41:37.320]  He's got it posted in Facebook.
[41:37.320 --> 41:41.320] It might link over to YouTube, but like I say, I haven't had a chance to watch it, so
[41:41.320 --> 41:42.320]  I don't know.
[41:42.320 --> 41:43.320]  Okay.
[41:43.320 --> 41:46.320] Now, I looked at Dow of Law today.
[41:46.320 --> 41:48.320]  I didn't read everything on it.
[41:48.320 --> 41:52.320] Legalese, and you had a lot of bloggers on there, I guess is what it's called, and I
[41:52.320 --> 41:57.320] was going to respond to something that Jerry had written, and I have to have a Facebook
[41:57.320 --> 42:00.320] account to get on WordPress?
[42:00.320 --> 42:01.320]  No, you don't.
[42:01.320 --> 42:02.320]  You shouldn't.
[42:02.320 --> 42:05.320] You can have a Google account or anything like that.
[42:05.320 --> 42:11.320] Well, I was going to respond to something Jerry Howe had written, and it took me to
[42:11.320 --> 42:14.320]  a Facebook sign-in page.
[42:14.320 --> 42:20.320] Well, unless you're actually, unless what his comment is is linked to a post he made
[42:20.320 --> 42:24.320]  on Facebook, it shouldn't do that.
[42:24.320 --> 42:27.320]  Well, I didn't see a link to it.
[42:27.320 --> 42:29.320]  I didn't know.
[42:29.320 --> 42:34.320] I'm hoping to kind of network with some people that have been in the federal courts or like
[42:34.320 --> 42:35.320]  Jerry Howe.
[42:35.320 --> 42:40.320] I don't know if he's been there or not, but he seems to have experience with it.
[42:40.320 --> 42:45.320] Whatever court you're in, all you're doing is preparing for an appeal, and so there's
[42:45.320 --> 42:47.320] only so much I can read about it.
[42:47.320 --> 42:51.320] I'd like to talk to people that have been there and done that.
[42:51.320 --> 42:58.320] Okay, I did have, so if you can send something to me or just tell me, do I have to get on
[42:58.320 --> 43:02.320] Facebook to get to any of these legal groups?
[43:02.320 --> 43:06.320] You should not have to get on Facebook to get to my blog.
[43:06.320 --> 43:12.320] You should not have to be on Facebook to post a comment on my blog.
[43:12.320 --> 43:17.320] Now, if you try to comment directly to something that someone else has posted, that's going
[43:17.320 --> 43:21.320] to depend on how they linked their comment into my blog.
[43:21.320 --> 43:26.320] If the link takes you back to their Facebook account, then that's why you're asking to
[43:26.320 --> 43:28.320]  be logged in.
[43:28.320 --> 43:32.320] That was probably it, because I was trying to reply to his comment.
[43:32.320 --> 43:33.320] That may have been it.
[43:33.320 --> 43:39.320] Yeah, just reply overall and just reference his name in it if you want to do that, if
[43:39.320 --> 43:43.320] it's making you go to his website or his Facebook account to do it.
[43:43.320 --> 43:47.320] Just do your own comment on the blog and just put his name in it.
[43:47.320 --> 43:48.320]  Right.
[43:48.320 --> 43:50.320] I've got one other thing about me.
[43:50.320 --> 43:51.320]  Okay.
[43:51.320 --> 43:52.320] Well, hang on just a second, Ralph.
[43:52.320 --> 43:54.320] I've got a break, and then we'll pick it up on the other side.
[43:54.320 --> 43:55.320]  All right, folks.
[43:55.320 --> 43:56.320]  Y'all hang in there.
[43:56.320 --> 43:58.320] We'll be right back after the break.

[46:14.320 --> 46:21.320] All right, folks, we are back.
[46:21.320 --> 46:25.320] This is Rule of Law Radio, and we are talking with Ralph in Texas.
[46:25.320 --> 46:27.320] All right, Ralph, go ahead.
[46:27.320 --> 46:38.320] Okay, Eddie, would it be safe to say, and correct to say, that the Transportation Code is purely Malam Prohibitum,
[46:38.320 --> 46:41.320] as in Malam Prohibitum statutes laws?
[46:41.320 --> 46:43.320]  Absolutely.
[46:43.320 --> 46:44.320]  Okay.
[46:44.320 --> 46:49.320] Would it be safe to say that the Penal Code is Malam Insay?
[46:49.320 --> 46:51.320]  No.
[46:51.320 --> 46:54.320] Okay, so there is some Malam Prohibitum in the Penal Code?
[46:54.320 --> 46:55.320]  Correct.
[46:55.320 --> 46:59.320]  3804, for example, is a Malam Prohibitum.
[46:59.320 --> 47:01.320]  3804, okay, I'll look that up.
[47:01.320 --> 47:07.320]  Evading arrest or detention.
[47:07.320 --> 47:10.320] Well, since that can only happen if you've already been arrested for it.
[47:10.320 --> 47:12.320] No, no, no, no, no.
[47:12.320 --> 47:16.320] It happens because they're attempting to arrest you.
[47:16.320 --> 47:22.320] But that doesn't mean there's a victim for whatever it is they're trying to arrest you for.
[47:22.320 --> 47:29.320] It doesn't mean that you had criminal intent to commit any crime for which they could arrest you.
[47:29.320 --> 47:35.320] And they're claiming the only injured party in that statute is the state.
[47:35.320 --> 47:37.320]  Okay.
[47:37.320 --> 47:46.320] The only way you can commit a non-Malam Prohibitum act under 3804 is to cause injury to someone else
[47:46.320 --> 47:51.320]  or their property while you're evading.
[47:51.320 --> 47:54.320]  Okay.
[47:54.320 --> 47:57.320]  Yeah, 3804, okay.
[47:57.320 --> 48:00.320] What do you know of any others or is that the only one you know of?
[48:00.320 --> 48:02.320]  Yeah, terroristic threat.
[48:02.320 --> 48:05.320] There are all kinds of them in there.
[48:05.320 --> 48:06.320]  Oh, okay.
[48:06.320 --> 48:10.320] Well, I thought I was on to something, but I guess not.
[48:10.320 --> 48:15.320] I was looking for a crime to exist that must be an injured party.
[48:15.320 --> 48:16.320]  Correct.
[48:16.320 --> 48:17.320]  And I thought, well, that's...
[48:17.320 --> 48:21.320] But the thing is the injury must be palpable.
[48:21.320 --> 48:24.320] They must be able to show it.
[48:24.320 --> 48:27.320] Not simply presume it, not simply elicit it.
[48:27.320 --> 48:30.320] They have to be able to show it.
[48:30.320 --> 48:32.320]  Yeah, it's called corpus delecti, maybe?
[48:32.320 --> 48:37.320] No, no, no, that is someone who suffered the injury who can demonstrate the injury.
[48:37.320 --> 48:41.320] If you've got a corpus delecti, all they have to do is show how they were harmed.
[48:41.320 --> 48:47.320] But that harm has to be something they can show.
[48:47.320 --> 48:54.320] Okay, well, I was trying to make sense out of that, Shearer v. Cullen, 481F945,
[48:54.320 --> 48:58.320] and the penal code versus transportation code, because I was thinking, oh, okay,
[48:58.320 --> 49:04.320] well, the transportation code is malum prohibitum, and it applies to people in transportation.
[49:04.320 --> 49:10.320] Here is the main issue with malum prohibitum versus malum insa.
[49:10.320 --> 49:16.320] In a malum insa crime, it is easy to identify that a crime has potentially been committed
[49:16.320 --> 49:20.320] because there is an injured party.
[49:20.320 --> 49:22.320]  Okay?
[49:22.320 --> 49:26.320] And if the injured party is claiming that the injury was not self-inflicted,
[49:26.320 --> 49:33.320] not participatory, and not wanted, then we have a criminal act.
[49:33.320 --> 49:41.320] Whereas in a malum prohibitum, every single element of the offense must exist
[49:41.320 --> 49:45.320] before even an allegation of the offense can be made,
[49:45.320 --> 49:50.320] because you can't prove a malum prohibitum without every single element.
[49:50.320 --> 49:57.320] Therefore, you should not be able to allege a malum prohibitum without every single element.
[49:57.320 --> 49:59.320] And these idiots don't even know the elements.
[49:59.320 --> 50:03.320] So how can they allege them when they say you're committing a crime for speeding
[50:03.320 --> 50:05.320] because I'm going to pull you over?
[50:05.320 --> 50:11.320] Because there are 21 elements to a speeding charge in Texas, 21.
[50:11.320 --> 50:20.320] The most I have ever seen stated in any criminal complaint is 9 out of 21.
[50:20.320 --> 50:25.320] They have never, ever proven a speeding charge in accordance with law,
[50:25.320 --> 50:28.320] ever in the entire state of Texas, ever.
[50:28.320 --> 50:34.320] The definition you just gave for malum prohibitum, now, that's not in blacks.
[50:34.320 --> 50:37.320] Are you speaking from accumulation?
[50:37.320 --> 50:38.320]  No, think about it.
[50:38.320 --> 50:39.320]  Think about it.
[50:39.320 --> 50:44.320] How can you allege someone has committed a malum prohibitum act
[50:44.320 --> 50:49.320] unless you know for a fact what every single element of that act requires
[50:49.320 --> 50:53.320] and know for a fact that every single one of them exists?
[50:53.320 --> 50:57.320] Because every single one of them must be proven.
[50:57.320 --> 51:01.320] You can't presume any of them, not be valid.
[51:01.320 --> 51:07.320] However, in a malum insay instance, you can show that there's an injury
[51:07.320 --> 51:12.320] and that the injury was not one that was supposed to happen.
[51:12.320 --> 51:15.320] Therefore, the presumption of a criminal act can be incurred
[51:15.320 --> 51:18.320] without knowing all of the elements.
[51:18.320 --> 51:22.320] Do you see the difference?
[51:22.320 --> 51:25.320] I would have to study what you said, but yes, I believe I can see the difference.
[51:25.320 --> 51:30.320]  I don't know if I could explain it any better, but I could, yeah.
[51:30.320 --> 51:34.320]  There's several elements to a malum prohibitum,
[51:34.320 --> 51:39.320] whereas the malum insay is what would be called obvious or prima facie maybe?
[51:39.320 --> 51:40.320]  Right.
[51:40.320 --> 51:43.320] There are prima facie elements in a malum insay
[51:43.320 --> 51:48.320] that cannot be presumed in a malum prohibitum.
[51:48.320 --> 51:49.320]  Okay.
[51:49.320 --> 51:54.320] For instance, let's say that there's a sign that says keep off the grass,
[51:54.320 --> 52:00.320] and it's a Class C misdemeanor to violate the keep off the grass statute, okay?
[52:00.320 --> 52:04.320] However, the statute lists specific exceptions.
[52:04.320 --> 52:06.320]  It exempts groundskeepers.
[52:06.320 --> 52:18.320] It exempts the legislative members and particular other officers from that statute.
[52:18.320 --> 52:24.320] Now, let's say that an officer sees someone walking on the grass,
[52:24.320 --> 52:27.320] and he says he's going to write them a citation,
[52:27.320 --> 52:32.320] but he has done nothing to verify the exemption requirement.
[52:32.320 --> 52:40.320] Is his seizure and allegation lawful without that exemption requirement?
[52:40.320 --> 52:42.320]  I would think not.
[52:42.320 --> 52:46.320]  Exactly.
[52:46.320 --> 52:49.320]  Okay.
[52:49.320 --> 52:52.320] How can he honestly charge someone with the offense
[52:52.320 --> 52:58.320] without already knowing if they are one of the exempted parties?
[52:58.320 --> 53:01.320] I would imagine there are tons of case law on that very subject.
[53:01.320 --> 53:02.320]  Want to bet?
[53:02.320 --> 53:05.320]  Probably wouldn't.
[53:05.320 --> 53:08.320]  Well, I don't know if I want to bet against you,
[53:08.320 --> 53:12.320] but I would be tempted to spend some time looking for it.
[53:12.320 --> 53:14.320]  Hey, be my guest.
[53:14.320 --> 53:17.320]  Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.
[53:17.320 --> 53:20.320] Well, you never know when...
[53:20.320 --> 53:22.320]  Like I say, that's fine.
[53:22.320 --> 53:24.320] If you can find it, be my guest.
[53:24.320 --> 53:27.320] I don't claim to be an expert in legal research,
[53:27.320 --> 53:30.320]  but I do the best I can with what I've got,
[53:30.320 --> 53:36.320] and I haven't been able to locate anything that indicates
[53:36.320 --> 53:40.320] that there has ever been a case opinion on what an officer
[53:40.320 --> 53:44.320] or any other person is required to know about the elements of a mal and prohibitive
[53:44.320 --> 53:46.320] in order to allege an offense.
[53:46.320 --> 53:48.320]  That's mal and prohibitive.
[53:48.320 --> 53:51.320] Because let's look at something else about that sign.
[53:51.320 --> 53:56.320] Let's say that the sign actually limits the time when that offense could be occurred
[53:56.320 --> 54:02.320] to every weekday, but not on Saturday or Sunday.
[54:02.320 --> 54:04.320]  Okay?
[54:04.320 --> 54:09.320] So without knowing that exception, if the officer sees somebody on Saturday or Sunday,
[54:09.320 --> 54:14.320] his action is illegal because he didn't know the element
[54:14.320 --> 54:19.320] that he isn't even accessing at this point to determine whether or not his actions are lawful.
[54:19.320 --> 54:23.320] And which of the elements required to make the mal and prohibitive offense
[54:23.320 --> 54:26.320] are the ones the officer would be required to know
[54:26.320 --> 54:29.320] if he was only required to know some of them?
[54:29.320 --> 54:33.320] Which ones take precedent over the others as being the ones necessary
[54:33.320 --> 54:35.320] to make a mal and prohibitive allegation
[54:35.320 --> 54:39.320] over the ones that are actually required to prove it?
[54:39.320 --> 54:45.320] You see the problem here with a mal and prohibitive versus a mal and insane?
[54:45.320 --> 54:47.320]  Okay, yeah, I'm seeing several.
[54:47.320 --> 54:49.320]  Would he again...
[54:49.320 --> 54:53.320] I like what you did with the unrebuttal presumption, legal presumption.
[54:53.320 --> 54:55.320] Would he be doing that same thing?
[54:55.320 --> 54:57.320]  That's exactly what he's doing.
[54:57.320 --> 55:02.320]  He's replacing the elements with presumptions.
[55:02.320 --> 55:12.320] And his presumptions are wrong under the law.
[55:12.320 --> 55:18.320] So the question becomes is how can he be excused for not knowing these?
[55:18.320 --> 55:24.320] And which ones could you say he's actually required to know versus the ones he isn't?
[55:24.320 --> 55:27.320] For instance, in speeding, if you have 21 elements,
[55:27.320 --> 55:33.320] but you can only allege three of them as your basis for making the allegation,
[55:33.320 --> 55:38.320] what the hell makes those three more important than the other 18?
[55:38.320 --> 55:42.320] How did you determine that those three were the ones that would give you probable cause
[55:42.320 --> 55:49.320]  versus all of the 18 you don't have?
[55:49.320 --> 55:56.320] Okay, well, something that struck me just a moment before this was part of your script,
[55:56.320 --> 56:01.320] part of your educational program, so to speak,
[56:01.320 --> 56:05.320] is giving the officer notice that you're not in transportation.
[56:05.320 --> 56:11.320] Right, which is one of the required elements of any offense in that code.
[56:11.320 --> 56:18.320] Well, yeah, so if there's a question about what, the officer is required to know.
[56:18.320 --> 56:22.320] He knows about the month of Thursday, but he doesn't know about the Saturday or Sunday.
[56:22.320 --> 56:28.320] Okay, well, if he's put on notice, you know, patching, hey, you're put on notice.
[56:28.320 --> 56:32.320]  You've been notified that there's a problem here, officer,
[56:32.320 --> 56:39.320] so all of a sudden he can't rely back on, well, you know, was I, or it can't even be a legal question.
[56:39.320 --> 56:44.320] Precisely, precisely, he now has a duty to know.
[56:44.320 --> 56:49.320] He cannot claim ignorance when his error has been pointed out to him.
[56:49.320 --> 56:55.320] He cannot claim his actions are valid when his error has been pointed out to him.
[56:55.320 --> 57:01.320] And that's exactly the issue with the script when you say, officer, I am not engaging in transportation.
[57:01.320 --> 57:06.320] Transportation is not an element of these offenses.
[57:06.320 --> 57:10.320] It is the element of these offenses.
[57:10.320 --> 57:17.320] Without it, there is no offense.
[57:17.320 --> 57:23.320] Right, so it's all those aspects of the script,
[57:23.320 --> 57:32.320] it would help that people understood just how important, or just actually what each item in it does.
[57:32.320 --> 57:34.320]  I agree, but here's the problem.
[57:34.320 --> 57:40.320] How much of an issue do you think it was to get them to read seven pages,
[57:40.320 --> 57:45.320] much less the 25 it would take to explain each one?
[57:45.320 --> 57:50.320] Right, right. Well, you know, I'm willing to work with people if they want to work with me.
[57:50.320 --> 57:54.320] Well, see, that's why I did that other presentation on Infowars on this script.
[57:54.320 --> 58:01.320] I have a video out there specifically on this script that does all that explaining.
[58:01.320 --> 58:06.320] I've seen it, and that's a good one. That is an excellent one.
[58:06.320 --> 58:10.320] No, not the two and a half hour one now, not that one. That's about transportation in general.
[58:10.320 --> 58:14.320] I'm talking about I did one specifically on the script.
[58:14.320 --> 58:19.320] Well, I've seen several of your videos that's been so long. I thought I'd say that maybe not.
[58:19.320 --> 58:21.320] Well, I don't know if you have or not. You may have.
[58:21.320 --> 58:26.320] I just want to make sure that we have that clarification, that it's not the two and a half hour one.
[58:26.320 --> 58:27.320]  Okay.
[58:27.320 --> 58:28.320]  Okay.
[58:28.320 --> 58:30.320] All right, Ralph, anything else?
[58:30.320 --> 58:35.320] Because I've got to go on my break here, and then I've got to get to somebody else.
[58:35.320 --> 58:36.320] Do you want to hold on?
[58:36.320 --> 58:37.320]  Very much.
[58:37.320 --> 58:38.320]  Okay, thanks, Ralph.
[58:38.320 --> 58:39.320]  Thank you.
[58:39.320 --> 58:44.320] We'll be right back after this break. Call in number 512-646-1984.
[58:44.320 --> 58:49.320] We will be right back.

[58:57.320 --> 59:01.320] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text,

[59:08.320 --> 59:12.320] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate,

[01:00:00.320 --> 01:00:04.320] The following newsflash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown,
[01:00:04.320 --> 01:00:07.320] providing your daily bulletins for the commodities market,
[01:00:07.320 --> 01:00:20.320] Today in History, news updates, and the inside scoop into the tides of the alternative.
[01:00:20.320 --> 01:00:26.320] Markets for Friday, the 4th of November, 2016, are currently trading with gold at $1,304.10 an ounce,
[01:00:26.320 --> 01:00:32.320]  silver at $18.41 an ounce, Texas crude at $44.66 a barrel,
[01:00:32.320 --> 01:00:41.320] and bitcoin is currently sitting at about $697 U.S. currency.
[01:00:41.320 --> 01:00:47.320] Today in history, the year 1952, the United States government establishes the National Security Agency, or NSA,
[01:00:47.320 --> 01:00:51.320] an intelligence organization of the United States government responsible for global monitoring,
[01:00:51.320 --> 01:00:56.320] collection, and processing of information and data for foreign intelligence and counterintelligence purposes.
[01:00:56.320 --> 01:01:03.320] The NSA was established today in history.
[01:01:03.320 --> 01:01:09.320] In recent news, WikiLeaks just dumped part 30 of Hillary Clinton's campaign manager John Podesta's hacked emails,
[01:01:09.320 --> 01:01:12.320] bringing the total besoir to over 47,000.
[01:01:12.320 --> 01:01:17.320] Julian Assange, who still is essentially on house arrest at the Ecuadorian embassy in London,
[01:01:17.320 --> 01:01:21.320] gave an interview with Russia Today where he claims that the outcome of next Tuesday's presidential election
[01:01:21.320 --> 01:01:25.320] between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton has already been decided, saying,
[01:01:25.320 --> 01:01:31.320] quote, because he has had every establishment off his side, Trump does not have one establishment,
[01:01:31.320 --> 01:01:35.320] maybe with the exception of the evangelicals, if you can call them an establishment.
[01:01:35.320 --> 01:01:41.320] Banks, intelligence, arms companies, foreign money, etc., are all united behind Hillary Clinton, and the media as well,
[01:01:41.320 --> 01:01:43.320] media owners and the journalists themselves.
[01:01:43.320 --> 01:01:51.320] This is days after political activists discovered a hidden website for WRCB, an NBC affiliate out of Chattanooga, Tennessee,
[01:01:51.320 --> 01:01:57.320] showing election results with Hillary Clinton securing 343 electoral votes and 42% of the popular vote.
[01:01:57.320 --> 01:02:01.320] Hillary, her campaign, and the media are accusing Russia for the hacking of tens of thousands of emails
[01:02:01.320 --> 01:02:04.320] that WikiLeaks has dumped out in the past weeks.
[01:02:04.320 --> 01:02:07.320] However, Julian Assange has vehemently denied any involvement from the Kremlin.
[01:02:07.320 --> 01:02:13.320] A majority of Hillary's hacked emails that have been released via WikiLeaks since March of 2016 can be searched through
[01:02:13.320 --> 01:02:17.320] at WikiLeaks.org forward slash Clinton dash emails.
[01:02:21.320 --> 01:02:26.320] CBS News reported earlier today that U.S. intelligence agencies have alerted joint terrorism task forces
[01:02:26.320 --> 01:02:31.320] that al-Qaeda could potentially be planning terrorist attacks in New York, Texas, and Virginia for Monday,
[01:02:31.320 --> 01:02:35.320] the day before the election, though no specific cities and landmarks are mentioned.
[01:02:35.320 --> 01:02:38.320] Counterterrorism spokespersons have stated that as the election day nears,
[01:02:38.320 --> 01:02:42.320] federal law enforcement is planning for several worst-case scenarios.
[01:02:42.320 --> 01:02:47.320] While earlier this week an alert warned local police of polling places being seen as attractive targets
[01:02:47.320 --> 01:02:52.320] for lone wolf type of attacks by individuals motivated by violent extremist ideologies,
[01:02:52.320 --> 01:02:54.320]  such as sovereign citizens.
[01:02:54.320 --> 01:03:19.320] This is Ruth Brody with your Lowdown for November 4, 2016.
[01:03:19.320 --> 01:03:25.320] All right, folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio.
[01:03:25.320 --> 01:03:28.320] All right, now back to our callers here.
[01:03:28.320 --> 01:03:33.320] We have Robert in California. Robert, what can we do for you?
[01:03:33.320 --> 01:03:34.320]  Hi, Eddie.
[01:03:34.320 --> 01:03:35.320]  Howdy.
[01:03:35.320 --> 01:03:42.320] I've been listening for a little while, and I heard where you guys were saying traffic commissioners
[01:03:42.320 --> 01:03:47.320] are incompetent to hear their cases in a judicial capacity.
[01:03:47.320 --> 01:03:49.320]  That's because they're not judicial officers.
[01:03:49.320 --> 01:03:53.320]  That's why they're incapable of hearing it in a judicial capacity.
[01:03:53.320 --> 01:03:59.320] Okay, and I asserted that to an officer, you know, to the seat, and he said,
[01:03:59.320 --> 01:04:04.320] we're not on the record, and I said, oh, I am, and I showed him my phone.
[01:04:04.320 --> 01:04:09.320] He told the bailiff to take my phone from me, and the bailiff erased the record on my phone.
[01:04:09.320 --> 01:04:11.320] But subsequently to that, I have another ticket.
[01:04:11.320 --> 01:04:17.320] The officers, one of the officers is the same officer from the previous case,
[01:04:17.320 --> 01:04:20.320] that they asserted that my brake light didn't work.
[01:04:20.320 --> 01:04:22.320] And I missed out on the earlier part.
[01:04:22.320 --> 01:04:27.320] I was just coming in the earlier part when you're talking about obtaining that information
[01:04:27.320 --> 01:04:31.320] for the video and audio of the officer's car and that,
[01:04:31.320 --> 01:04:36.320] because I didn't stop until after they turned the siren and the lights on.
[01:04:36.320 --> 01:04:38.320] So they turned the lights on first, and then they turned the siren on,
[01:04:38.320 --> 01:04:40.320]  because I wasn't paying attention to them.
[01:04:40.320 --> 01:04:45.320] Okay, now, correct me if I'm wrong, this occurred in California, right?
[01:04:45.320 --> 01:04:46.320]  Correct.
[01:04:46.320 --> 01:04:50.320]  And you're being charged with a civil infraction, right?
[01:04:50.320 --> 01:04:54.320] On both of them, they stopped me for a civil infraction,
[01:04:54.320 --> 01:04:59.320] but they subsequently got me for driving, asserted that I was driving on a suspended license,
[01:04:59.320 --> 01:05:05.320] which I told them I was on my way to the recycle yard to exchange my recyclables for money.
[01:05:05.320 --> 01:05:09.320] Okay, so that is in commerce for profit and gain, but.
[01:05:09.320 --> 01:05:10.320]  No, it's not.
[01:05:10.320 --> 01:05:13.320]  It's your stuff.
[01:05:13.320 --> 01:05:17.320]  Okay.
[01:05:17.320 --> 01:05:22.320] I understand you are not in commerce when you're hauling your stuff on the road,
[01:05:22.320 --> 01:05:28.320] even if the reason you're hauling it is to sell it somewhere else.
[01:05:28.320 --> 01:05:30.320]  Okay.
[01:05:30.320 --> 01:05:35.320] I was wondering if you could send some, like, research I can.
[01:05:35.320 --> 01:05:39.320] Okay, you're kind of missing the point on the civil infraction here.
[01:05:39.320 --> 01:05:42.320]  Here's the problem for them.
[01:05:42.320 --> 01:05:46.320] If the initial basis for their seizure of your person
[01:05:46.320 --> 01:05:52.320] and preventing you from movement at your liberty was a civil infraction,
[01:05:52.320 --> 01:05:54.320]  the seizure was illegal.
[01:05:54.320 --> 01:05:57.320] It doesn't matter what they found out after the fact.
[01:05:57.320 --> 01:06:02.320] The seizure from the very beginning was illegal.
[01:06:02.320 --> 01:06:05.320] Can you tell me why?
[01:06:05.320 --> 01:06:08.320] Because they had no probable cause or warrant.
[01:06:08.320 --> 01:06:09.320]  Right.
[01:06:09.320 --> 01:06:13.320] No probable cause to believe what?
[01:06:13.320 --> 01:06:14.320]  That a crime was.
[01:06:14.320 --> 01:06:15.320]  Bingo.
[01:06:15.320 --> 01:06:21.320]  Hence the reason it's called a civil infraction.
[01:06:21.320 --> 01:06:26.320] No probable cause, no articulable suspicion of a crime,
[01:06:26.320 --> 01:06:31.320]  no lawful seizure without a warrant.
[01:06:31.320 --> 01:06:35.320] In the first case, the officer asserted under testimony
[01:06:35.320 --> 01:06:38.320] that it was a suspiciously occupied vehicle,
[01:06:38.320 --> 01:06:41.320]  which I didn't have an understanding of.
[01:06:41.320 --> 01:06:44.320] That is a bogus statement, suspiciously occupied.
[01:06:44.320 --> 01:06:47.320] Just what in the hell does that mean?
[01:06:47.320 --> 01:06:48.320]  Yeah, I know.
[01:06:48.320 --> 01:06:52.320] That's what I need to get better questions and stuff like that.
[01:06:52.320 --> 01:07:02.320] Okay, anyway, go to my blog site, tauoflaw.wordpress.com.
[01:07:02.320 --> 01:07:06.320] Do a search there for civil infractions.
[01:07:06.320 --> 01:07:09.320] You will find an article, civil infractions,
[01:07:09.320 --> 01:07:12.320] what to do if your state has them.
[01:07:12.320 --> 01:07:15.320] Read at the bottom down there, read the whole thing,
[01:07:15.320 --> 01:07:20.320] but at the bottom are seven specific interrogatories
[01:07:20.320 --> 01:07:26.320] relating to civil infractions and probable cause.
[01:07:26.320 --> 01:07:35.320] The interrogatories will prove that they had no probable cause.
[01:07:35.320 --> 01:07:38.320] You stand your ground, you threaten to sue,
[01:07:38.320 --> 01:07:42.320] you bring in a tort letter showing you intend to sue.
[01:07:42.320 --> 01:07:45.320] And if they don't drop this like a hot rock,
[01:07:45.320 --> 01:07:49.320]  I will be most surprised.
[01:07:49.320 --> 01:07:53.320] Because every damn one of them knows that they acted illegally.
[01:07:53.320 --> 01:07:56.320] And once you make it known that you know that too,
[01:07:56.320 --> 01:07:59.320] and you're going to do something about it,
[01:07:59.320 --> 01:08:08.320] generally they will want to get rid of you as quickly as they possibly can.
[01:08:08.320 --> 01:08:12.320] Now this has worked numerous times because it is the actual way
[01:08:12.320 --> 01:08:17.320] the law is supposed to work.
[01:08:17.320 --> 01:08:19.320] Well, the judges don't seem to understand it.
[01:08:19.320 --> 01:08:21.320]  It's not a judge.
[01:08:21.320 --> 01:08:24.320]  It's an administrative moron.
[01:08:24.320 --> 01:08:32.320] It is a court clerk pretending to know what the hell they're doing,
[01:08:32.320 --> 01:08:35.320]  if they're even that well-educated.
[01:08:35.320 --> 01:08:43.320]  Why?
[01:08:43.320 --> 01:08:47.320] And subsequently to that, while I was at the law library,
[01:08:47.320 --> 01:08:51.320] I got parking attendants telling me I've got to move my 30-foot RV
[01:08:51.320 --> 01:08:53.320]  that I live out of, okay.
[01:08:53.320 --> 01:08:56.320] So I got to park in front of the law library where I could watch it.
[01:08:56.320 --> 01:08:59.320]  And since I don't want to move it,
[01:08:59.320 --> 01:09:03.320] they want to give me a ticket for being parked outside the line.
[01:09:03.320 --> 01:09:08.320] So now I take up one and a half spots.
[01:09:08.320 --> 01:09:10.320]  Okay.
[01:09:10.320 --> 01:09:13.320] Did you ask them if they had any other parking accommodations
[01:09:13.320 --> 01:09:18.320] for something the size of your particular private conveyance?
[01:09:18.320 --> 01:09:22.320]  No, and they're not offering it.
[01:09:22.320 --> 01:09:24.320] It doesn't matter if they offer, ask.
[01:09:24.320 --> 01:09:29.320] Then you can show that you tried to be cooperative.
[01:09:29.320 --> 01:09:35.320] I was thinking about asking them where on the notice where it says the timing
[01:09:35.320 --> 01:09:39.320] that you can't park there, you know, the requirements and stuff like that,
[01:09:39.320 --> 01:09:45.320] where on the notice it says you must park this way or that way or, you know,
[01:09:45.320 --> 01:09:48.320] it doesn't have any notices like that.
[01:09:48.320 --> 01:09:53.320]  So there's no full disclosure.
[01:09:53.320 --> 01:09:55.320]  Okay.
[01:09:55.320 --> 01:10:01.320] They're just trying to set you up for that fine.
[01:10:01.320 --> 01:10:05.320]  So this is frustrating.
[01:10:05.320 --> 01:10:07.320]  I keep getting more harassment.
[01:10:07.320 --> 01:10:10.320] Well, go to the blog and read.
[01:10:10.320 --> 01:10:11.320]  Learn more stuff.
[01:10:11.320 --> 01:10:12.320] Go to the blog and read.
[01:10:12.320 --> 01:10:15.320] The interrogatories alone will open your eyes somewhat.
[01:10:15.320 --> 01:10:19.320]  I can't guarantee how wide, but they'll open them somewhat.
[01:10:19.320 --> 01:10:21.320]  Oh, I've got those there.
[01:10:21.320 --> 01:10:23.320] I just need to do more research,
[01:10:23.320 --> 01:10:26.320] and I was hoping you had more research that you could write down somewhere
[01:10:26.320 --> 01:10:28.320] so the rest of us could look it up and...
[01:10:28.320 --> 01:10:30.320] Well, I've got lots of stuff for California,
[01:10:30.320 --> 01:10:33.320] but the thing is it's not going to help you if you don't understand
[01:10:33.320 --> 01:10:35.320] how these other things work.
[01:10:35.320 --> 01:10:38.320] If you don't understand what a civil infraction is and how it works,
[01:10:38.320 --> 01:10:42.320] any other information I got is not going to help you.
[01:10:42.320 --> 01:10:46.320] You have to understand that their ability to do what they're doing
[01:10:46.320 --> 01:10:49.320] is limited to what the law allows,
[01:10:49.320 --> 01:10:54.320] and the law does not allow a warrantless seizure for a civil infraction.
[01:10:54.320 --> 01:11:01.320] It can't, because that would be a violation of constitutional principles
[01:11:01.320 --> 01:11:04.320] in that no warrant and no person shall be seized
[01:11:04.320 --> 01:11:09.320] unless they can give you a reasonable idea that a crime is being committed.
[01:11:09.320 --> 01:11:12.320] And since these are civil, there is no crime.
[01:11:12.320 --> 01:11:18.320] Therefore, it is inherently unreasonable to see someone at their liberty
[01:11:18.320 --> 01:11:21.320]  in these circumstances.
[01:11:21.320 --> 01:11:26.320] The cop that wrote me up and stopped me and detained me for the no-break life,
[01:11:26.320 --> 01:11:29.320] I told him that civil infraction is not a crime,
[01:11:29.320 --> 01:11:31.320] and I told him people work versus battle.
[01:11:31.320 --> 01:11:36.320] And he came back at me and told me, yes, civil infraction is a crime.
[01:11:36.320 --> 01:11:38.320]  Well, he's an idiot.
[01:11:38.320 --> 01:11:42.320] And there are actually, in that article at the bottom,
[01:11:42.320 --> 01:11:46.320] is linked in either three or four California cases
[01:11:46.320 --> 01:11:51.320] that say very clearly they're not criminal.
[01:11:51.320 --> 01:11:54.320]  Okay.
[01:11:54.320 --> 01:11:56.320]  I appreciate you guys a lot.
[01:11:56.320 --> 01:12:00.320] If I ever want to stay on after you get off on that,
[01:12:00.320 --> 01:12:02.320] I just want to ask about maybe donating.
[01:12:02.320 --> 01:12:07.320]  I don't have a whole lot of money, but, you know, I donate a little something.
[01:12:07.320 --> 01:12:08.320]  All right.
[01:12:08.320 --> 01:12:11.320] Well, I'll let Deborah know to pick up the line and give you a call.
[01:12:11.320 --> 01:12:13.320]  So don't hang up after I mute you.
[01:12:13.320 --> 01:12:15.320] I'll get her to pick you up, okay?
[01:12:15.320 --> 01:12:16.320]  Okay.
[01:12:16.320 --> 01:12:17.320]  All right.
[01:12:17.320 --> 01:12:18.320]  Hang in there, Robert.
[01:12:18.320 --> 01:12:19.320]  All right.
[01:12:19.320 --> 01:12:21.320]  Richard in Louisiana.
[01:12:21.320 --> 01:12:24.320] Richard, what can we do for you?
[01:12:24.320 --> 01:12:26.320]  Good evening, Eddie.
[01:12:26.320 --> 01:12:29.320] I hope you can clear up some confusion.
[01:12:29.320 --> 01:12:35.320] Statutory citizens of the United States domiciled on federal territory.
[01:12:35.320 --> 01:12:37.320] Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
[01:12:37.320 --> 01:12:40.320] What are we talking about, statutory citizen?
[01:12:40.320 --> 01:12:42.320]  Explain that.
[01:12:42.320 --> 01:12:49.320]  I believe it's 7701 of Title 26 makes you an individual,
[01:12:49.320 --> 01:12:57.320] a citizen of the United States, domiciled in federal territory.
[01:12:57.320 --> 01:13:00.320] So what's the question in that context?
[01:13:00.320 --> 01:13:03.320] Do you understand what the individual definitions
[01:13:03.320 --> 01:13:07.320] of all those terms you just read to me are in that code?
[01:13:07.320 --> 01:13:10.320]  That's the IRS code.
[01:13:10.320 --> 01:13:11.320]  I know what code it is.
[01:13:11.320 --> 01:13:13.320] That is not my question.
[01:13:13.320 --> 01:13:17.320] I asked if you understand the actual legal definition
[01:13:17.320 --> 01:13:23.320] for each of those terms you just gave me as they are defined in that code.
[01:13:23.320 --> 01:13:26.320] Oh, I have the statute at hand.
[01:13:26.320 --> 01:13:28.320] I couldn't recite it off the top of my head.
[01:13:28.320 --> 01:13:31.320] But you know what the definition for those terms is.
[01:13:31.320 --> 01:13:34.320] You know what an individual is.
[01:13:34.320 --> 01:13:37.320] Yeah, a corporation, an estate, et cetera.
[01:13:37.320 --> 01:13:40.320] I'm just trying to think what they were without looking at the statute.
[01:13:40.320 --> 01:13:47.320]  A corporation, a foreign, an alien individual, or a federal employee.
[01:13:47.320 --> 01:13:48.320]  Okay.
[01:13:48.320 --> 01:13:57.320] And my research through you and George Gordon and the sovereignty education system,
[01:13:57.320 --> 01:14:00.320]  and I hope this isn't erroneous information,
[01:14:00.320 --> 01:14:05.320] but what I've learned was somehow I was born in my state
[01:14:05.320 --> 01:14:11.320] and through my own ignorance for signing up for Social Security
[01:14:11.320 --> 01:14:14.320]  and driver's licenses and birth certificates
[01:14:14.320 --> 01:14:21.320] somehow transferred me from a state-domiciled state citizen to a federal citizen.
[01:14:21.320 --> 01:14:23.320] Is that right so far?
[01:14:23.320 --> 01:14:24.320]  No.
[01:14:24.320 --> 01:14:25.320]  No.
[01:14:25.320 --> 01:14:27.320] Please enlighten me to where I erred.
[01:14:27.320 --> 01:14:30.320] First off, what is the definition of a federal citizen?
[01:14:30.320 --> 01:14:33.320]  It is a 14th Amendment individual.
[01:14:33.320 --> 01:14:34.320]  Okay?
[01:14:34.320 --> 01:14:35.320]  Okay.
[01:14:35.320 --> 01:14:39.320] The courts are the ones that mutated the proper application
[01:14:39.320 --> 01:14:41.320] of the 14th Amendment to the states.
[01:14:41.320 --> 01:14:45.320] It's not a valid application. It has never been a valid application.
[01:14:45.320 --> 01:14:52.320] The 14th Amendment as written applied to the slaves and only the slaves.
[01:14:52.320 --> 01:14:53.320]  Okay.
[01:14:53.320 --> 01:14:54.320]  Period.
[01:14:54.320 --> 01:14:55.320] Then let me ask you this.
[01:14:55.320 --> 01:14:58.320] How did I get hooked on to federal income tax?
[01:14:58.320 --> 01:15:02.320] Because you got a Social Security number,
[01:15:02.320 --> 01:15:06.320] which is a requirement of an alien individual.
[01:15:06.320 --> 01:15:12.320]  Okay. So my status is a federal, am I a statutory U.S. citizen?
[01:15:12.320 --> 01:15:18.320] No. Stop trying to recategorize one thing into another thing.
[01:15:18.320 --> 01:15:20.320]  They're not defined the same.
[01:15:20.320 --> 01:15:24.320] An alien individual is not a federal citizen.
[01:15:24.320 --> 01:15:28.320]  They're completely different things.
[01:15:28.320 --> 01:15:29.320]  Okay.
[01:15:29.320 --> 01:15:32.320] But they are both subject to the income tax.
[01:15:32.320 --> 01:15:34.320]  Okay. Okay.
[01:15:34.320 --> 01:15:36.320]  Which status?
[01:15:36.320 --> 01:15:38.320]  I got the Social Security.
[01:15:38.320 --> 01:15:44.320] I had the birth certificate and the driver's license so far for the contracts.
[01:15:44.320 --> 01:15:48.320]  I think the only ones I can think I meant.
[01:15:48.320 --> 01:15:52.320] Where does that put my status?
[01:15:52.320 --> 01:15:54.320] Where do you want it to be?
[01:15:54.320 --> 01:16:00.320] I want to be from what I think I've been learning from the previous people I said,
[01:16:00.320 --> 01:16:06.320]  I think I want to be a citizen of my state.
[01:16:06.320 --> 01:16:09.320]  A state citizen.
[01:16:09.320 --> 01:16:13.320] You want to be a state national.
[01:16:13.320 --> 01:16:14.320]  A state national.
[01:16:14.320 --> 01:16:15.320]  That's what I want to be.
[01:16:15.320 --> 01:16:16.320]  Okay.
[01:16:16.320 --> 01:16:19.320] And what makes you think you aren't?
[01:16:19.320 --> 01:16:23.320] Because I'm obligated to pay an income tax.
[01:16:23.320 --> 01:16:25.320] Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
[01:16:25.320 --> 01:16:27.320]  Says who?
[01:16:27.320 --> 01:16:32.320] The people who have written me and told me.
[01:16:32.320 --> 01:16:34.320]  Who is that?
[01:16:34.320 --> 01:16:37.320]  It's the IRS on the envelope.
[01:16:37.320 --> 01:16:38.320]  Okay.
[01:16:38.320 --> 01:16:42.320] Well, they tend to tell that to everybody whether it's true or not.
[01:16:42.320 --> 01:16:43.320]  Okay.
[01:16:43.320 --> 01:16:45.320] I'd be happy to hold on to continue this conversation.
[01:16:45.320 --> 01:16:46.320]  Yeah.
[01:16:46.320 --> 01:16:47.320]  Please do that.
[01:16:47.320 --> 01:16:48.320]  Hang on just a minute.
[01:16:48.320 --> 01:16:49.320]  Okay.
[01:16:49.320 --> 01:16:50.320]  All right, folks.
[01:16:50.320 --> 01:16:54.320] This is Rule of Law Radio, the call in number 512-646-1984.
[01:16:54.320 --> 01:16:59.320] Got three segments left, so y'all get in line and let's talk.
[01:16:59.320 --> 01:17:00.320]  I love Logos.
[01:17:00.320 --> 01:17:04.320] Without the shows on this network, I'd be almost as ignorant as my friends.
[01:17:04.320 --> 01:17:07.320] I'm so addicted to the truth now that there's no going back.
[01:17:07.320 --> 01:17:08.320]  I need my truth fixed.
[01:17:08.320 --> 01:17:09.320]  I'd be lost without Logos.
[01:17:09.320 --> 01:17:12.320] And I really want to help keep this network on the air.
[01:17:12.320 --> 01:17:15.320]  I'd love to volunteer as a show producer, but I'm a bit of a Luddite,
[01:17:15.320 --> 01:17:19.320] and I really don't have any money to give because I spent it all on supplements.
[01:17:19.320 --> 01:17:21.320]  How can I help Logos?
[01:17:21.320 --> 01:17:23.320]  Well, I'm glad you asked.
[01:17:23.320 --> 01:17:26.320] Whenever you order anything from Amazon, you can help Logos
[01:17:26.320 --> 01:17:28.320] in ordering your supplies or holiday gifts.
[01:17:28.320 --> 01:17:30.320] First thing you do is clear your cookies.
[01:17:30.320 --> 01:17:34.320]  Now, go to LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:17:34.320 --> 01:17:37.320] Click on the Amazon logo and bookmark it.
[01:17:37.320 --> 01:17:40.320] Now, when you order anything from Amazon, you use that link,
[01:17:40.320 --> 01:17:42.320]  and Logos gets a few pesos.
[01:17:42.320 --> 01:17:43.320]  Do I pay extra?
[01:17:43.320 --> 01:17:44.320]  No.
[01:17:44.320 --> 01:17:46.320] Do you have to do anything different when I order?
[01:17:46.320 --> 01:17:47.320]  No.
[01:17:47.320 --> 01:17:48.320]  Can I use my Amazon Prime?
[01:17:48.320 --> 01:17:49.320]  No.
[01:17:49.320 --> 01:17:50.320]  I mean, yes.
[01:17:50.320 --> 01:17:53.320] Wow, giving without doing anything or spending any money.
[01:17:53.320 --> 01:17:55.320]  This is perfect.
[01:17:55.320 --> 01:17:56.320]  Thank you so much.
[01:17:56.320 --> 01:17:57.320]  We are welcome.
[01:17:57.320 --> 01:17:59.320]  Happy holidays, Logos.

[01:19:10.320 --> 01:19:20.320]  ain't gonna blame me
[01:19:20.320 --> 01:19:26.320]  don't blame me
[01:19:26.320 --> 01:19:30.320]  well
[01:19:30.320 --> 01:19:35.320] ain't gonna fool me with that same old shit again
[01:19:35.320 --> 01:19:40.320] I was blindsided but now I can see you now
[01:19:40.320 --> 01:19:43.320] you put the fear in my pocket
[01:19:43.320 --> 01:19:45.320] took the money from my ass
[01:19:45.320 --> 01:19:54.320] ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again
[01:19:54.320 --> 01:19:56.320]  ain't gonna fool me
[01:19:56.320 --> 01:19:58.320] All right, folks, we are back.
[01:19:58.320 --> 01:20:02.320] This is Rule of Law Radio, and we are talking to Richard in Louisiana.
[01:20:02.320 --> 01:20:04.320] All right, Richard, go ahead.
[01:20:04.320 --> 01:20:06.320]  Yes, sir. Okay.
[01:20:06.320 --> 01:20:10.320]  I want to be a state national.
[01:20:10.320 --> 01:20:14.320] At my birth here in New Orleans in Mercy Hospital,
[01:20:14.320 --> 01:20:18.320] that's the moment of my coming out of the womb.
[01:20:18.320 --> 01:20:21.320] What was my status according to the government?
[01:20:21.320 --> 01:20:23.320]  Very young.
[01:20:23.320 --> 01:20:25.320]  Eagerly.
[01:20:25.320 --> 01:20:29.320]  Legally, the government didn't care.
[01:20:29.320 --> 01:20:34.320] See, okay, let me try to get through to some of this here.
[01:20:34.320 --> 01:20:38.320] A lot of the stuff that you're talking about is someone's misinformation
[01:20:38.320 --> 01:20:41.320] on how things actually function.
[01:20:41.320 --> 01:20:46.320] It's not all untrue, but it's not all completely true either.
[01:20:46.320 --> 01:20:48.320]  Okay. Okay.
[01:20:48.320 --> 01:20:51.320] The problem is how they connect their dots.
[01:20:51.320 --> 01:20:57.320] And their dots are connected like a ball of 10-year-old Christmas lights
[01:20:57.320 --> 01:21:00.320] you haven't hung up recently. You know what I mean?
[01:21:00.320 --> 01:21:01.320]  Yes, I do.
[01:21:01.320 --> 01:21:03.320]  Okay.
[01:21:03.320 --> 01:21:08.320] So the fact of the matter is is what your status was at the moment you were born
[01:21:08.320 --> 01:21:14.320] doesn't change because they created a birth certificate that documented your birth.
[01:21:14.320 --> 01:21:17.320]  Your status didn't change.
[01:21:17.320 --> 01:21:23.320] Now, what they may have done with your birth in relation to other things that they do
[01:21:23.320 --> 01:21:25.320]  is a completely different story.
[01:21:25.320 --> 01:21:28.320]  It doesn't change who you are.
[01:21:28.320 --> 01:21:31.320]  It couldn't change who you are.
[01:21:31.320 --> 01:21:32.320]  Okay.
[01:21:32.320 --> 01:21:33.320]  Okay?
[01:21:33.320 --> 01:21:34.320]  Yes, sir.
[01:21:34.320 --> 01:21:41.320] If you enter into any agreement without the other party giving you full disclosure,
[01:21:41.320 --> 01:21:44.320]  is that agreement valid?
[01:21:44.320 --> 01:21:45.320]  No.
[01:21:45.320 --> 01:21:46.320]  Bingo.
[01:21:46.320 --> 01:21:51.320] Hence the reason why the Social Security number is also not binding upon you,
[01:21:51.320 --> 01:21:54.320] and you can revoke it.
[01:21:54.320 --> 01:22:00.320] Which I applied at 15 years old, which was I legally capable of engaging in?
[01:22:00.320 --> 01:22:05.320] That's a whole other question of whether or not you could engage in it at all.
[01:22:05.320 --> 01:22:06.320]  Okay.
[01:22:06.320 --> 01:22:07.320]  All right?
[01:22:07.320 --> 01:22:11.320] So two things going for me so far.
[01:22:11.320 --> 01:22:15.320] Well, common sense should tell you that this is not the way it works.
[01:22:15.320 --> 01:22:18.320] They cannot convert you into something without your knowledge
[01:22:18.320 --> 01:22:23.320] and consent from what you actually are, a free individual.
[01:22:23.320 --> 01:22:26.320] You can voluntarily engage into certain agreements
[01:22:26.320 --> 01:22:30.320] that may take away some of your rights under that agreement
[01:22:30.320 --> 01:22:34.320] if they can be taken away or waived.
[01:22:34.320 --> 01:22:37.320]  But I did this unknowingly.
[01:22:37.320 --> 01:22:39.320]  You're missing the point here.
[01:22:39.320 --> 01:22:45.320] An unalienable right cannot be given away by contract, period.
[01:22:45.320 --> 01:22:49.320]  I don't give a crap what the contract is for.
[01:22:49.320 --> 01:22:53.320] It wouldn't be unalienable if you could do that, would it?
[01:22:53.320 --> 01:22:57.320]  That's what I wanted to get at, Eddie.
[01:22:57.320 --> 01:23:01.320] And this is maybe some other erroneous information I'm getting from Ralph Wetterowd.
[01:23:01.320 --> 01:23:03.320]  Oh, God, please.
[01:23:03.320 --> 01:23:08.320] Everything Ralph puts out is conjecture.
[01:23:08.320 --> 01:23:10.320] He will tell you himself.
[01:23:10.320 --> 01:23:12.320]  He can't prove any of it.
[01:23:12.320 --> 01:23:14.320]  It's a damn theory to him.
[01:23:14.320 --> 01:23:16.320]  Okay.
[01:23:16.320 --> 01:23:19.320] He's made that admission to Randy on the radio show.
[01:23:19.320 --> 01:23:20.320]  I don't know.
[01:23:20.320 --> 01:23:23.320]  It just seemed right.
[01:23:23.320 --> 01:23:26.320]  Okay, okay.
[01:23:26.320 --> 01:23:33.320] So now I need to rescind and adjust my status to affidavit.
[01:23:33.320 --> 01:23:34.320]  Wait a minute.
[01:23:34.320 --> 01:23:35.320]  Wait a minute.
[01:23:35.320 --> 01:23:38.320] Let's get back to the adjust your status.
[01:23:38.320 --> 01:23:42.320] What status are you trying to adjust?
[01:23:42.320 --> 01:23:46.320] Are you trying to adjust your so-called citizenship?
[01:23:46.320 --> 01:23:50.320] Are you trying to adjust your taxpayer status?
[01:23:50.320 --> 01:23:52.320]  Because they're not the same thing.
[01:23:52.320 --> 01:23:55.320]  They're linked together, but they're not the same thing.
[01:23:55.320 --> 01:24:00.320]  Yeah, then I want both, I think.
[01:24:00.320 --> 01:24:04.320]  Okay.
[01:24:04.320 --> 01:24:08.320] Are you familiar with Dave Champion?
[01:24:08.320 --> 01:24:09.320]  No, sir.
[01:24:09.320 --> 01:24:11.320] Then you need to be.
[01:24:11.320 --> 01:24:22.320] Dave Champion is the only person on this planet that has meticulously dissected the tax code line by line.
[01:24:22.320 --> 01:24:27.320] And he has written a book that explains everything about that tax code.
[01:24:27.320 --> 01:24:31.320]  Dave is a highly intelligent individual.
[01:24:31.320 --> 01:24:33.320] Dave does his due diligence.
[01:24:33.320 --> 01:24:37.320] He knows what the hell he's talking about in that book.
[01:24:37.320 --> 01:24:41.320] Before I even knew his name, I did all that research on my own.
[01:24:41.320 --> 01:24:43.320]  It took me a lot longer, 17 years.
[01:24:43.320 --> 01:24:46.320] But then again, I had a family to worry about at the time, too.
[01:24:46.320 --> 01:24:47.320]  But I got it done.
[01:24:47.320 --> 01:24:48.320]  Yeah.
[01:24:48.320 --> 01:24:56.320] And by the time I knew about him, I had already reached all the same conclusions as he had about what the law said and what it meant.
[01:24:56.320 --> 01:25:02.320] And that's one of the reasons we could converse on the subject is because I've already been there, too.
[01:25:02.320 --> 01:25:04.320]  He is correct.
[01:25:04.320 --> 01:25:06.320] You just need to get his book.
[01:25:06.320 --> 01:25:10.320] And right now, he's selling it for 50 bucks instead of the usual 100.
[01:25:10.320 --> 01:25:19.320] So go to taxrevolt.org or taxrevolt.us, I'm sorry, and look there at his book.
[01:25:19.320 --> 01:25:29.320] His book will tell you every federal case, every Supreme Court case, every statute in the tax code that proves Americans,
[01:25:29.320 --> 01:25:37.320] as a general principle, do not owe and have to pay the income tax.
[01:25:37.320 --> 01:25:38.320]  Okay.
[01:25:38.320 --> 01:25:41.320] Now what about the status?
[01:25:41.320 --> 01:25:43.320]  What about the status?
[01:25:43.320 --> 01:25:46.320] Does one have to adjust it?
[01:25:46.320 --> 01:25:50.320] How do you adjust something that you already are?
[01:25:50.320 --> 01:25:54.320] How did you stop being a state national?
[01:25:54.320 --> 01:26:03.320] See, this is what years of listening to other people, I assumed, which is wrong.
[01:26:03.320 --> 01:26:12.320] What I gathered from all of this was through my signing up for a Social Security card and getting a driver's license.
[01:26:12.320 --> 01:26:13.320]  We just covered that.
[01:26:13.320 --> 01:26:17.320]  A driver's license ain't got a damn thing to do with your citizenship.
[01:26:17.320 --> 01:26:19.320]  Absolutely nothing.
[01:26:19.320 --> 01:26:22.320] That's as retarded an argument as I have ever heard somebody make.
[01:26:22.320 --> 01:26:26.320] Not speaking of you, but whatever source you got it from.
[01:26:26.320 --> 01:26:28.320]  Well, that's the illegal aliens.
[01:26:28.320 --> 01:26:30.320]  Yeah, okay.
[01:26:30.320 --> 01:26:31.320]  Okay.
[01:26:31.320 --> 01:26:33.320]  Doesn't do a damn thing for your citizenship.
[01:26:33.320 --> 01:26:34.320]  Now-
[01:26:34.320 --> 01:26:40.320] Okay, so I want to be subject to, if I harm somebody, I want to be under these-
[01:26:40.320 --> 01:26:47.320] You and everybody else, but you're talking about what they arrange things to be versus what they're supposed to be.
[01:26:47.320 --> 01:26:48.320]  Okay.
[01:26:48.320 --> 01:26:58.320] What they're doing in the states is trying to make us all global citizens, make us all global servants and subjects to be more accurate.
[01:26:58.320 --> 01:26:59.320]  Okay?
[01:26:59.320 --> 01:27:06.320] Rather than individual sovereign states and individual sovereign individuals over ourselves.
[01:27:06.320 --> 01:27:12.320] In other words, once again, make us equal as men.
[01:27:12.320 --> 01:27:13.320]  All right?
[01:27:13.320 --> 01:27:14.320]  All right.
[01:27:14.320 --> 01:27:20.320] So rescinding these contracts is part of the process?
[01:27:20.320 --> 01:27:21.320]  It's part of it.
[01:27:21.320 --> 01:27:24.320] Rescinding the Social Security number is your best beginning for it,
[01:27:24.320 --> 01:27:30.320] because that is what designates you as someone liable for the income tax.
[01:27:30.320 --> 01:27:31.320]  Okay.
[01:27:31.320 --> 01:27:36.320] And that's, I did get a form from the sovereign defense ministry.
[01:27:36.320 --> 01:27:37.320]  Oh, God.
[01:27:37.320 --> 01:27:38.320]  No, no, no.
[01:27:38.320 --> 01:27:39.320]  Don't use that form.
[01:27:39.320 --> 01:27:42.320]  No.
[01:27:42.320 --> 01:27:44.320]  Read Day's book.
[01:27:44.320 --> 01:27:45.320]  Okay.
[01:27:45.320 --> 01:27:46.320]  Okay.
[01:27:46.320 --> 01:27:47.320]  All right.
[01:27:47.320 --> 01:27:50.320] I'll turn the light, but if you want to further talk on that-
[01:27:50.320 --> 01:27:51.320]  All right.
[01:27:51.320 --> 01:27:53.320] Let me put it to you this way, Richard.
[01:27:53.320 --> 01:27:57.320] If you cannot find the information all of these people are telling you,
[01:27:57.320 --> 01:28:02.320] and you cannot make those dots connect in exactly the way for them to make sense,
[01:28:02.320 --> 01:28:09.320] I mean common sense, not just legal sense, but flat out common sense, they're wrong.
[01:28:09.320 --> 01:28:15.320] Despite all of the stuff they do in these statutes,
[01:28:15.320 --> 01:28:23.320] there's one thing is that the way they connect has to make sense.
[01:28:23.320 --> 01:28:27.320] And it does once you learn to understand it.
[01:28:27.320 --> 01:28:28.320]  Yeah.
[01:28:28.320 --> 01:28:29.320]  Yeah.
[01:28:29.320 --> 01:28:30.320]  And that's a process.
[01:28:30.320 --> 01:28:31.320]  Yeah.
[01:28:31.320 --> 01:28:38.320] Something that most of these folks you're taking this information from have not learned to do.
[01:28:38.320 --> 01:28:39.320]  Okay.
[01:28:39.320 --> 01:28:43.320] How about who is that?
[01:28:43.320 --> 01:28:44.320]  I'm sorry.
[01:28:44.320 --> 01:28:45.320]  I forget his name.
[01:28:45.320 --> 01:28:46.320]  It's Steve.
[01:28:46.320 --> 01:28:48.320]  Steven.
[01:28:48.320 --> 01:28:49.320]  I'm sorry.
[01:28:49.320 --> 01:28:50.320]  All right.
[01:28:50.320 --> 01:28:53.320] Anyway, Eddie, if you could elaborate on that, I'd really appreciate it.
[01:28:53.320 --> 01:28:55.320]  You've been very enlightening so far.
[01:28:55.320 --> 01:28:56.320]  Wait.
[01:28:56.320 --> 01:28:58.320]  Elaborate on which part?
[01:28:58.320 --> 01:29:01.320] Just the misconfusion that's going on out there.
[01:29:01.320 --> 01:29:02.320]  Oh, God, man.
[01:29:02.320 --> 01:29:11.320] I would need a month of 24-7 to do that because all these patronuts have created so much of it
[01:29:11.320 --> 01:29:14.320] that you couldn't boil it down in that amount of time.
[01:29:14.320 --> 01:29:15.320]  Yeah.
[01:29:15.320 --> 01:29:16.320]  All right.
[01:29:16.320 --> 01:29:19.320] So here is the simplest way to unravel the knot.
[01:29:19.320 --> 01:29:20.320]  Okay.
[01:29:20.320 --> 01:29:23.320] Read the damn statutes for yourself.
[01:29:23.320 --> 01:29:27.320] Learn how to read them properly and understand them.
[01:29:27.320 --> 01:29:32.320] Then use that to verify what you're seeing somewhere else.
[01:29:32.320 --> 01:29:40.320] And you will see very quickly that what you're being told somewhere else does not jive with what you're reading.
[01:29:40.320 --> 01:29:41.320]  Okay.
[01:29:41.320 --> 01:29:46.320] And then I'll officially become a state nationalist, is Mike.
[01:29:46.320 --> 01:29:48.320]  That's your goal, yes.
[01:29:48.320 --> 01:29:49.320]  All right, Eddie.
[01:29:49.320 --> 01:29:50.320]  Thank you very much.
[01:29:50.320 --> 01:29:51.320]  You're welcome.
[01:29:51.320 --> 01:29:52.320]  No problem.
[01:29:52.320 --> 01:29:53.320]  All right, folks.
[01:29:53.320 --> 01:29:54.320]  Hang in there.
[01:29:54.320 --> 01:29:55.320]  We've got a half an hour to go.
[01:29:55.320 --> 01:30:04.320] We'll be right back after this break.
[01:30:04.320 --> 01:30:06.320] Listen up, peanut allergy sufferers.
[01:30:06.320 --> 01:30:11.320] If you eat chocolate, doctors may be able to lean you onto peanuts without a reaction.
[01:30:11.320 --> 01:30:12.320]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[01:30:12.320 --> 01:30:15.320]  In a moment, I'll give you the yummy news.
[01:30:15.320 --> 01:30:22.320] Your search engine is watching you, recording all your searches and creating a massive database of your personal information.
[01:30:22.320 --> 01:30:23.320]  That's creepy.
[01:30:23.320 --> 01:30:25.320] But it doesn't have to be that way.
[01:30:25.320 --> 01:30:28.320]  Startpage.com is the world's most private search engine.
[01:30:28.320 --> 01:30:35.320] Startpage doesn't store your IP address, make a record of your searches or use tracking cookies, and they're third-party certified.
[01:30:35.320 --> 01:30:39.320] If you don't like Big Brother spying on you, start over with Startpage.
[01:30:39.320 --> 01:30:42.320] Great search results and total privacy.
[01:30:42.320 --> 01:30:45.320]  Startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:30:45.320 --> 01:30:51.320] If you're allergic and wind up in the hospital for eating just one peanut, have I got sweet news?
[01:30:51.320 --> 01:30:55.320] A careful regimen of chocolate mixed with peanut flour may reduce your allergy.
[01:30:55.320 --> 01:31:01.320] British researchers monitored 22 kids and teenagers with severe peanut reactions.
[01:31:01.320 --> 01:31:06.320] By feeding them chocolate with small but increasing quantities of peanuts over a period of three years,
[01:31:06.320 --> 01:31:11.320] nearly all of the allergy sufferers were able to work their way up to five peanuts a day.
[01:31:11.320 --> 01:31:16.320] If you're allergic to nuts, I'm not sure you'll be eating peanut butter sandwiches anytime soon.
[01:31:16.320 --> 01:31:18.320] But an occasional nut in a cookie?
[01:31:18.320 --> 01:31:19.320]  Someday you may.
[01:31:19.320 --> 01:31:21.320]  Reese's, peanut butter cups, anyone?
[01:31:21.320 --> 01:31:23.320]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[01:31:23.320 --> 01:31:30.320]  More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:31:30.320 --> 01:31:35.320] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11.
[01:31:35.320 --> 01:31:37.320] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:31:37.320 --> 01:31:42.320] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:31:42.320 --> 01:31:45.320] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[01:31:45.320 --> 01:31:48.320] But thousands of my fellow first responders have died.
[01:31:48.320 --> 01:31:49.320]  I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:31:49.320 --> 01:31:50.320]  I'm a structural engineer.
[01:31:50.320 --> 01:31:52.320]  I'm a New York City correction officer.
[01:31:52.320 --> 01:31:53.320]  I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:31:53.320 --> 01:31:54.320]  I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:31:54.320 --> 01:31:57.320] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth.
[01:31:57.320 --> 01:32:21.320]  Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[01:32:27.320 --> 01:32:45.320] And we'll donate another $100 to the Logos Radio Network to help continue this programming.
[01:32:45.320 --> 01:32:50.320] So if those out of town roofers come knocking, your door should be locking.
[01:32:50.320 --> 01:32:57.320]  That's 512-992-8745 or hillcountryhomeimprovements.com.
[01:32:57.320 --> 01:32:59.320] Discounts are based on full roof replacement.
[01:32:59.320 --> 01:33:21.320]  Don't be kidding about chemtrails.
[01:33:21.320 --> 01:33:47.320] All right, folks, we are back.
[01:33:47.320 --> 01:33:53.320] This is Rule of Law Radio, and right now we've got Olivier in Tennessee.
[01:33:53.320 --> 01:33:55.320]  Olivier, what's up?
[01:33:55.320 --> 01:33:56.320]  How you doing, Rob?
[01:33:56.320 --> 01:33:57.320]  Doing all right.
[01:33:57.320 --> 01:34:01.320] I'm trying to figure out these judicial climate complaints.
[01:34:01.320 --> 01:34:02.320]  They're getting interesting.
[01:34:02.320 --> 01:34:10.320] These judges over here in Montgomery County, they like to deny and do things without putting
[01:34:10.320 --> 01:34:12.320]  descriptive law.
[01:34:12.320 --> 01:34:20.320] And also, I think me and my friends have got about eight habeas corpuses where they did
[01:34:20.320 --> 01:34:22.320]  not provide an attorney.
[01:34:22.320 --> 01:34:28.320] They did not even respond to habeas corpus.
[01:34:28.320 --> 01:34:48.320] They denied our habeas corpus saying that we were not restrained of our liberty.
[01:34:48.320 --> 01:34:57.320] And when I went and did my research, I could put at least eight books together on federal
[01:34:57.320 --> 01:35:07.320] and appeal court decisions restricting them from doing that when the individual has been
[01:35:07.320 --> 01:35:11.320] arrested or due process violation has happened.
[01:35:11.320 --> 01:35:18.320] And it says that bail, being out on bail is a restriction of liberty.
[01:35:18.320 --> 01:35:25.320] Yeah, exactly, which is why you can habeas a bond.
[01:35:25.320 --> 01:35:27.320]  Okay, right.
[01:35:27.320 --> 01:35:34.320] So how much of a bond do you have to get them into to get them off the seat?
[01:35:34.320 --> 01:35:36.320]  Because I want to see this.
[01:35:36.320 --> 01:35:41.320] I think I'm the right person to get one off the seat to see how the party jumps off.
[01:35:41.320 --> 01:35:46.320] Well, when you say how much of a bond, how much of a lawsuit or how much of what are
[01:35:46.320 --> 01:35:48.320]  you talking about here?
[01:35:48.320 --> 01:35:50.320]  How much of a bond?
[01:35:50.320 --> 01:35:53.320] Because I have me and my brother and my other friend.
[01:35:53.320 --> 01:35:59.320] Well, if you can show that they have a gross negligent pattern of violating law and you
[01:35:59.320 --> 01:36:05.320] can go back to other cases beside yours and prove that they've done this more than once.
[01:36:05.320 --> 01:36:07.320]  Oh, yeah, I have that.
[01:36:07.320 --> 01:36:14.320] Also, my lawsuit, he denied several of those without authority and which is restricted
[01:36:14.320 --> 01:36:15.320]  by law.
[01:36:15.320 --> 01:36:18.320]  So I have about close to 20.
[01:36:18.320 --> 01:36:23.320] Okay, well, then what you should be able to do is to send that to the State Judicial
[01:36:23.320 --> 01:36:29.320] Conduct Commission, whatever that may be in Tennessee, and demand his removal from the
[01:36:29.320 --> 01:36:30.320]  bench.
[01:36:30.320 --> 01:36:35.320] Now, odds are you're not going to get it and odds are they may not even discipline this,
[01:36:35.320 --> 01:36:40.320] but this is the inherent problem with letting morons be the checks and balances of other
[01:36:40.320 --> 01:36:47.320]  morons, especially greedy, self-entitled morons.
[01:36:47.320 --> 01:36:48.320]  Okay.
[01:36:48.320 --> 01:36:50.320]  Now, that doesn't mean you shouldn't try.
[01:36:50.320 --> 01:36:54.320] Every now and then, somebody will have a ax to grind and want to do something about it
[01:36:54.320 --> 01:36:56.320] and actually carry it forward.
[01:36:56.320 --> 01:37:01.320] And you never know until you try whether or not that ax may actually be in there.
[01:37:01.320 --> 01:37:02.320]  Okay.
[01:37:02.320 --> 01:37:09.320] So I got concrete issues that if this system worked, then something should happen.
[01:37:09.320 --> 01:37:12.320] Or the next time I file a hate bill court...
[01:37:12.320 --> 01:37:18.320] If this system actually worked, Olivier, there wouldn't be any attorneys.
[01:37:18.320 --> 01:37:24.320] They would all already be making little granite chunks out of huge granite boulders, preferably
[01:37:24.320 --> 01:37:29.320]  with their head.
[01:37:29.320 --> 01:37:31.320]  Okay.
[01:37:31.320 --> 01:37:35.320] Well, how about the procedures that we have at hand?
[01:37:35.320 --> 01:37:36.320]  I mean, we...
[01:37:36.320 --> 01:37:40.320] The problem is, is we don't really have any procedures at hand other than to put it in
[01:37:40.320 --> 01:37:42.320]  their hands.
[01:37:42.320 --> 01:37:44.320]  I don't like it at all.
[01:37:44.320 --> 01:37:46.320]  Do I like it?
[01:37:46.320 --> 01:37:50.320] But unless we're willing to start shooting first and asking them to do something second,
[01:37:50.320 --> 01:37:54.320]  it's what we've got.
[01:37:54.320 --> 01:37:55.320]  Okay.
[01:37:55.320 --> 01:38:00.320] Well, in your situation, has it worked out for you?
[01:38:00.320 --> 01:38:04.320] Getting them disqualified is not a problem.
[01:38:04.320 --> 01:38:11.320] But as far as getting any action against them, that's always a problem because they're always
[01:38:11.320 --> 01:38:15.320] being protected by the judicial conduct commission who always...
[01:38:15.320 --> 01:38:17.320] Let me put it this way.
[01:38:17.320 --> 01:38:23.320] They have to have multiple scapegoats in the hierarchy before they will decide to punish
[01:38:23.320 --> 01:38:29.320] the lower rung on that ladder to set an example to avoid having to punish the ones further
[01:38:29.320 --> 01:38:31.320]  up the chain.
[01:38:31.320 --> 01:38:38.320] That will be about the only time you will see any actual discipline occur.
[01:38:38.320 --> 01:38:46.320] And it will never be disciplined on par with the acts they perpetrated to deserve the discipline.
[01:38:46.320 --> 01:38:54.320] It will always be a slap on the wrist, if even anything more than a tap on the wrist,
[01:38:54.320 --> 01:38:57.320]  from what they deserve.
[01:38:57.320 --> 01:39:00.320]  Okay.
[01:39:00.320 --> 01:39:04.320] Well, I'm going to keep you updated and tell you what happens on that.
[01:39:04.320 --> 01:39:10.320] This Friday, last time I submitted a motion on the 30 days, they told me that the judges
[01:39:10.320 --> 01:39:11.320]  denied it.
[01:39:11.320 --> 01:39:18.320] He said that the city had 60 days since they were under the GTLA statute.
[01:39:18.320 --> 01:39:20.320] So I found that they were correct.
[01:39:20.320 --> 01:39:27.320]  And now we're way past 60 days, probably in the 70s, 72, 73, something like that.
[01:39:27.320 --> 01:39:35.320] I went to court Friday for a default motion, yeah, default.
[01:39:35.320 --> 01:39:47.320] And I went in and out and I couldn't find any excuse that the city can use to get out
[01:39:47.320 --> 01:39:52.320]  of this default judgment.
[01:39:52.320 --> 01:40:00.320] And I'm trying to figure out what, because I know you encountered a lot of things,
[01:40:00.320 --> 01:40:07.320]  what could possibly happen that I can't see?
[01:40:07.320 --> 01:40:11.320] Well, the thing is, is you've got to make sure that you've done all of your administrative
[01:40:11.320 --> 01:40:13.320] stuff at the state level.
[01:40:13.320 --> 01:40:16.320] And then from there, you can move it up.
[01:40:16.320 --> 01:40:20.320] So exhaust your administrative remedy, have these people keep denying you access to the
[01:40:20.320 --> 01:40:31.320] courts, and then when you run out of courts to appeal that denial to, you can go federal.
[01:40:31.320 --> 01:40:33.320] That's the best option you have right now.
[01:40:33.320 --> 01:40:39.320] Replace one den of crooks with another den of crooks.
[01:40:39.320 --> 01:40:42.320] He could deny the suit.
[01:40:42.320 --> 01:40:44.320]  I mean, he can deny my...
[01:40:44.320 --> 01:40:46.320] Yeah, which means you can appeal it.
[01:40:46.320 --> 01:40:49.320] Whatever he does, you can appeal.
[01:40:49.320 --> 01:40:50.320]  Well, okay.
[01:40:50.320 --> 01:40:58.320] I'm thinking, why would he deny my default judgment if he didn't dismiss the cases already?
[01:40:58.320 --> 01:41:05.320] Because they tried to submit a motion for dismissal, but the motion was such in my favor.
[01:41:05.320 --> 01:41:13.320] Each law that they wrote down clearly showed that they were liable for suit.
[01:41:13.320 --> 01:41:20.320] Yeah, and this is what the system does, is it protects itself.
[01:41:20.320 --> 01:41:21.320]  Well, okay.
[01:41:21.320 --> 01:41:26.320] If they don't allow default judgment, so now the case proceeds to trial, because if they
[01:41:26.320 --> 01:41:30.320] haven't answered it, it's still in the court system as open.
[01:41:30.320 --> 01:41:39.320] Yeah, you can file a motion demanding a trial date.
[01:41:39.320 --> 01:41:46.320] Call the clerk of the court, find out when the calendar is open to make a set of trial
[01:41:46.320 --> 01:41:49.320] date for, and then file a motion demanding that trial date.
[01:41:49.320 --> 01:41:54.320] Just make sure it's at least 30 days from the time you file the motion.
[01:41:54.320 --> 01:41:55.320]  Okay.
[01:41:55.320 --> 01:41:58.320]  And that's after I go for the default judgment.
[01:41:58.320 --> 01:41:59.320]  Right.
[01:41:59.320 --> 01:42:00.320]  Okay.
[01:42:00.320 --> 01:42:07.320] So if he awards a default judgment, then I'm just in the winning bucket?
[01:42:07.320 --> 01:42:12.320]  Potentially, yeah.
[01:42:12.320 --> 01:42:17.320] It really depends on how he dismisses it or doesn't grant it.
[01:42:17.320 --> 01:42:22.320] If you can show his actions to be biased or prejudiced in some way, that changes what
[01:42:22.320 --> 01:42:23.320]  you do next.
[01:42:23.320 --> 01:42:24.320]  No, no, no.
[01:42:24.320 --> 01:42:26.320] I mean, if he grants it, because...
[01:42:26.320 --> 01:42:31.320] Oh, if he grants your default, then yeah, all you have to do then is file an order of
[01:42:31.320 --> 01:42:32.320]  judgment.
[01:42:32.320 --> 01:42:38.320] Yeah, since I've been filling them out on these two cases, I mean, the other cases,
[01:42:38.320 --> 01:42:41.320]  he's been ruling them out immediately.
[01:42:41.320 --> 01:42:44.320] On these two, he hasn't touched them.
[01:42:44.320 --> 01:42:45.320]  He hasn't said anything.
[01:42:45.320 --> 01:42:48.320] Every time the state has done something, he's ruling in my favor.
[01:42:48.320 --> 01:42:54.320] The only time he didn't rule in my favor was when it was clear as day that they had 60
[01:42:54.320 --> 01:42:57.320]  days instead of 30.
[01:42:57.320 --> 01:42:58.320]  Okay.
[01:42:58.320 --> 01:42:59.320]  Yeah.
[01:42:59.320 --> 01:43:04.320] If you filed your motion for default judgment, have you?
[01:43:04.320 --> 01:43:05.320]  Yes.
[01:43:05.320 --> 01:43:06.320]  I filed it already.
[01:43:06.320 --> 01:43:07.320]  I have a...
[01:43:07.320 --> 01:43:08.320]  But he hasn't ruled on it.
[01:43:08.320 --> 01:43:11.320] No, it's coming up on the fifth on Friday.
[01:43:11.320 --> 01:43:12.320]  Okay.
[01:43:12.320 --> 01:43:13.320]  It's coming up Friday.
[01:43:13.320 --> 01:43:14.320]  All right.
[01:43:14.320 --> 01:43:20.320] So if he does not grant default judgment, then move for a trial date.
[01:43:20.320 --> 01:43:22.320]  Get a file a motion demanding a trial date.
[01:43:22.320 --> 01:43:27.320] Just get a date from the clerk of the court that's at least 30 to 45 days out or whatever
[01:43:27.320 --> 01:43:29.320]  state law requires.
[01:43:29.320 --> 01:43:30.320]  It could be 60.
[01:43:30.320 --> 01:43:31.320]  I don't know.
[01:43:31.320 --> 01:43:36.320] But find out from her what's required, file a motion demanding a date at that future
[01:43:36.320 --> 01:43:39.320] time, and see what they do.
[01:43:39.320 --> 01:43:40.320]  All right.
[01:43:40.320 --> 01:43:41.320]  Thanks, Eddie.
[01:43:41.320 --> 01:43:42.320]  Yes, sir.
[01:43:42.320 --> 01:43:43.320]  All right.
[01:43:43.320 --> 01:43:47.320] We are about to take another break and enter into our last segment on the show where we
[01:43:47.320 --> 01:43:51.320] have, I believe, a different John in California to talk to.
[01:43:51.320 --> 01:43:54.320] Olivier, send me an email if you're still listening.
[01:43:54.320 --> 01:43:56.320] I need someone that needs to get in touch with you.
[01:43:56.320 --> 01:43:57.320]  We'll be right back.
[01:43:57.320 --> 01:44:01.320]  Hang on.
[01:44:01.320 --> 01:44:04.320] Nutritious food is real body armor.
[01:44:04.320 --> 01:44:09.320] It builds muscle, burns fat, improves digestion, and feeds the entire body the nutrients it
[01:44:09.320 --> 01:44:10.320]  needs.
[01:44:10.320 --> 01:44:14.320] Did you know the US government banned the hemp plant from growing in the United States
[01:44:14.320 --> 01:44:18.320] and classified it as a Schedule I drug to hide it behind the marijuana plant?
[01:44:18.320 --> 01:44:22.320] People have been confused about this plant for over 80 years, and many still don't know
[01:44:22.320 --> 01:44:24.320]  what hemp is.
[01:44:24.320 --> 01:44:28.320] So now you know hemp is not marijuana, and marijuana is not hemp.
[01:44:28.320 --> 01:44:31.320] They are different varieties of the same species.
[01:44:31.320 --> 01:44:36.320] HempUSA.org wants the world to know these basic facts and to help people understand
[01:44:36.320 --> 01:44:40.320] that hemp protein powder is the best kept health secret you need to know about.
[01:44:40.320 --> 01:44:46.320] Remember, hemp protein powder contains 53% protein, is gluten free, anti-inflammatory,
[01:44:46.320 --> 01:44:54.320]  non-GMO, and is loaded with nutrients.
[01:44:54.320 --> 01:44:58.320] Call 888-910-4367, 888-910-4367, and see what our powder, seeds, and oil can do for you,
[01:44:58.320 --> 01:45:02.320]  only at hempUSA.org.
[01:45:02.320 --> 01:45:05.320] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit?

[01:45:51.320 --> 01:45:54.320] pro se tactics, and much more.

[01:46:03.320 --> 01:46:19.320] If you did not have any problems, where are you going to go for one?
[01:46:19.320 --> 01:46:25.320] If you could not wait any battle for love, would you purposefully die?
[01:46:25.320 --> 01:46:35.320] Would you set them on the soul to a warrior of love?
[01:46:35.320 --> 01:46:39.320] All right, folks, we are back and in the last segment of the show,
[01:46:39.320 --> 01:46:43.320] and we are going to be talking here now to John in California.
[01:46:43.320 --> 01:46:46.320] John, what can we do for you?
[01:46:46.320 --> 01:46:48.320]  Hey, Eddie, good evening.
[01:46:48.320 --> 01:46:55.320]  I had a question regarding your paperwork.
[01:46:55.320 --> 01:47:00.320] How does treaties, do treaties ever enter into your paperwork?
[01:47:00.320 --> 01:47:04.320] I'm looking at the Constitution and one other case,
[01:47:04.320 --> 01:47:10.320] but Article 1, Section 8, Clause 10 talks about the law of nations.
[01:47:10.320 --> 01:47:13.320]  What's your opinion on it?
[01:47:13.320 --> 01:47:17.320] Why would any of that go into my paperwork?
[01:47:17.320 --> 01:47:24.320] I'm just kind of analyzing how we're being treated in the courts,
[01:47:24.320 --> 01:47:29.320] and is it that they're really trying to rail with us,
[01:47:29.320 --> 01:47:32.320] or is there like a bigger elephant in the room?
[01:47:32.320 --> 01:47:42.320] Are the justices and the judges really going by a different law that they're not telling us about?
[01:47:42.320 --> 01:47:47.320] I mean, yeah, I got the statutes part of it, I got the codes and ordinances,
[01:47:47.320 --> 01:47:50.320] and we got the Constitution and all that,
[01:47:50.320 --> 01:47:53.320] but in the Constitution it specifically has it there,
[01:47:53.320 --> 01:47:56.320]  and it's like it's just staring at me.
[01:47:56.320 --> 01:48:02.320] You know, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 10, it talks about the law of nations.
[01:48:02.320 --> 01:48:05.320] Okay, the problem, John, John, hang on a sec, hang on a sec.
[01:48:05.320 --> 01:48:12.320] The problem, as I see it, can actually be much more simplified than that.
[01:48:12.320 --> 01:48:21.320] We're dealing with criminals, criminals that have found a way to seize control of the bank vault, so to speak.
[01:48:21.320 --> 01:48:26.320] They now actually operate from within the bank to take whatever they want,
[01:48:26.320 --> 01:48:32.320] and they're the ones that fill out all the paper that determines whether or not what they take is legal
[01:48:32.320 --> 01:48:35.320] and how much they can have.
[01:48:35.320 --> 01:48:40.320] They write the policy, they write the instruments, they write it all,
[01:48:40.320 --> 01:48:44.320] and they can use them any way they want to.
[01:48:44.320 --> 01:48:47.320]  Yeah, and that's kind of what I was, that's what I was thinking.
[01:48:47.320 --> 01:48:50.320]  I would agree that they're taking everything that's,
[01:48:50.320 --> 01:48:55.320] even if it's bolted down or put out the kitchen sink, it's ridiculous.
[01:48:55.320 --> 01:48:57.320] If they can take it, they can.
[01:48:57.320 --> 01:48:58.320]  Exactly.
[01:48:58.320 --> 01:49:05.320] And they use their legal constructs to steal that which they could otherwise have never touched.
[01:49:05.320 --> 01:49:12.320] Well, you know, I've been listening for a while, and my thing is that,
[01:49:12.320 --> 01:49:15.320] so what if it really is, instead of that whole money thing,
[01:49:15.320 --> 01:49:17.320] what if it's really something more sinister?
[01:49:17.320 --> 01:49:24.320] What if they really are going, if they're following another body of law,
[01:49:24.320 --> 01:49:27.320] and they're just not telling us, you know, what I'm saying?
[01:49:27.320 --> 01:49:32.320] Well, I guess it would really depend on what you're calling law at that point.
[01:49:32.320 --> 01:49:35.320] If all they're following is their own motives
[01:49:35.320 --> 01:49:41.320] and their own personal ethics about those motives, that's their law, not ours.
[01:49:41.320 --> 01:49:45.320] It doesn't necessarily have to be any kind of black and white law or Roman law
[01:49:45.320 --> 01:49:47.320] or Vatican law or anything else.
[01:49:47.320 --> 01:49:54.320] It can be entirely personal, let's make a deal and screw everybody else kind of law.
[01:49:54.320 --> 01:49:55.320]  Exactly, exactly.
[01:49:55.320 --> 01:50:00.320] And they did that through what's known as the Business and Commerce Code.
[01:50:00.320 --> 01:50:02.320]  Yeah, yeah.
[01:50:02.320 --> 01:50:06.320] So you're looking at the 14th Amendment after part of the Reconstruction.
[01:50:06.320 --> 01:50:07.320]  That's also part of it.
[01:50:07.320 --> 01:50:11.320] The way that they rewrite the Constitution to make what they do valid
[01:50:11.320 --> 01:50:17.320] and what we do as permission, that's one way they're doing it.
[01:50:17.320 --> 01:50:22.320] To say that they're following some other law would predict that there
[01:50:22.320 --> 01:50:26.320] or predicate that there'd be some law in existence that already knew about
[01:50:26.320 --> 01:50:30.320] and included the Constitution so that they could alter it
[01:50:30.320 --> 01:50:33.320] and already know about the Declaration of Independence
[01:50:33.320 --> 01:50:35.320] so that they can talk about it and alter it.
[01:50:35.320 --> 01:50:39.320] This would not have been foreseen by the Vatican 3,000 years ago,
[01:50:39.320 --> 01:50:42.320] as everybody would like to put it in the painter nut community.
[01:50:42.320 --> 01:50:43.320]  Yeah.
[01:50:43.320 --> 01:50:44.320]  Okay?
[01:50:44.320 --> 01:50:45.320]  Yeah.
[01:50:45.320 --> 01:50:49.320] What they have done is take the law as it was intended to work,
[01:50:49.320 --> 01:50:52.320] and they have corrupted it.
[01:50:52.320 --> 01:50:58.320] It's like pouring poison on the root of a fruit tree.
[01:50:58.320 --> 01:50:59.320]  Okay?
[01:50:59.320 --> 01:51:00.320]  Yeah.
[01:51:00.320 --> 01:51:05.320] And it being absorbed up into the fruit, and then you feeding the masses with it.
[01:51:05.320 --> 01:51:08.320] That's what they've done to the American way of life
[01:51:08.320 --> 01:51:11.320] and the American form of law.
[01:51:11.320 --> 01:51:17.320] They have poisoned it at the roots and corrupted it
[01:51:17.320 --> 01:51:21.320] out to the very last leaf and twig.
[01:51:21.320 --> 01:51:24.320] This is what an attorney is good for.
[01:51:24.320 --> 01:51:30.320]  It's all that they're good for.
[01:51:30.320 --> 01:51:34.320] Now, you had mentioned the attorneys.
[01:51:34.320 --> 01:51:38.320] Now, they use code, statutes, and ordinances.
[01:51:38.320 --> 01:51:41.320]  It's codified by West.
[01:51:41.320 --> 01:51:43.320]  It's copywritten.
[01:51:43.320 --> 01:51:44.320]  It's patented.
[01:51:44.320 --> 01:51:47.320] Do we really have the right to even use it?
[01:51:47.320 --> 01:51:50.320] Okay, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
[01:51:50.320 --> 01:51:53.320] The law is not copyrighted or patented.
[01:51:53.320 --> 01:51:55.320]  It is not.
[01:51:55.320 --> 01:51:58.320]  The law is not.
[01:51:58.320 --> 01:52:03.320] The way it is printed in the books is the format, the reference materials,
[01:52:03.320 --> 01:52:05.320]  the cross-references, the organization.
[01:52:05.320 --> 01:52:09.320]  That process is copyrighted.
[01:52:09.320 --> 01:52:12.320]  That process is patented.
[01:52:12.320 --> 01:52:16.320] But the law itself is not.
[01:52:16.320 --> 01:52:17.320]  Got it.
[01:52:17.320 --> 01:52:18.320]  Got it.
[01:52:18.320 --> 01:52:19.320]  Okay, sir.
[01:52:19.320 --> 01:52:21.320] Well, thank you very much.
[01:52:21.320 --> 01:52:22.320]  Bye.
[01:52:22.320 --> 01:52:23.320]  Okay.
[01:52:23.320 --> 01:52:24.320]  Thanks for calling in.
[01:52:24.320 --> 01:52:25.320]  All right.
[01:52:25.320 --> 01:52:26.320]  Yeah, you have a good night.
[01:52:26.320 --> 01:52:27.320]  You too.
[01:52:27.320 --> 01:52:28.320]  All right.
[01:52:28.320 --> 01:52:30.320] Well, that gives me an itty-caller board and six minutes to go.
[01:52:30.320 --> 01:52:32.320]  That's okay.
[01:52:32.320 --> 01:52:34.320] Now, folks, when I started this show tonight,
[01:52:34.320 --> 01:52:39.320] I wanted you to understand something about how our system has been screwed over.
[01:52:39.320 --> 01:52:43.320] If you can't look around and see it, you're the one that's kidding yourself.
[01:52:43.320 --> 01:52:46.320] You're the one with your head buried in the sand.
[01:52:46.320 --> 01:52:50.320] You're the one that is causing the problems we have through your ignorance
[01:52:50.320 --> 01:52:54.320] and apathy of the situation.
[01:52:54.320 --> 01:52:57.320] Not wanting to know makes you willfully ignorant.
[01:52:57.320 --> 01:53:02.320] You being willfully ignorant makes you a detriment to society as a whole
[01:53:02.320 --> 01:53:06.320] because you are the stone around the neck of the rest of us
[01:53:06.320 --> 01:53:13.320] that are trying to tread water and swim to a solid standing on shore.
[01:53:13.320 --> 01:53:18.320] When you will not pull your own weight, someone else has to pull it for you,
[01:53:18.320 --> 01:53:24.320] and that sucks when they're treading water.
[01:53:24.320 --> 01:53:29.320] If you don't wake up, you will drown us all.
[01:53:29.320 --> 01:53:33.320]  Understand that.
[01:53:33.320 --> 01:53:37.320] No one person, not me, not anyone else on this network,
[01:53:37.320 --> 01:53:41.320] not anyone on any network can save this country.
[01:53:41.320 --> 01:53:45.320] Not even a small handful can save this country.
[01:53:45.320 --> 01:53:51.320] It's going to take a lot more today than it took before.
[01:53:51.320 --> 01:53:56.320] We have the means, we have, as the $6 million man show you to say,
[01:53:56.320 --> 01:54:02.320] the technology to make them better, faster, stronger.
[01:54:02.320 --> 01:54:07.320] None of you want to use it.
[01:54:07.320 --> 01:54:10.320] And if you do use it, you don't want the responsibility
[01:54:10.320 --> 01:54:14.320] for what you find out by using it.
[01:54:14.320 --> 01:54:18.320] And thus, the weight that you would normally bear is put off
[01:54:18.320 --> 01:54:22.320] on the rest of us that try.
[01:54:22.320 --> 01:54:24.320] This is no way to live, folks.
[01:54:24.320 --> 01:54:26.320]  This is survival.
[01:54:26.320 --> 01:54:27.320]  That's all it is.
[01:54:27.320 --> 01:54:30.320]  It's not living.
[01:54:30.320 --> 01:54:34.320] And it's not going to be long until the survivors are wiped out
[01:54:34.320 --> 01:54:38.320] because there's no one to replace them.
[01:54:38.320 --> 01:54:43.320]  There's no one to support them.
[01:54:43.320 --> 01:54:47.320] If we don't come together very, very soon,
[01:54:47.320 --> 01:54:52.320] preferably even before this election takes place,
[01:54:52.320 --> 01:54:54.320] I don't know if we're ever going to be able to recover from this
[01:54:54.320 --> 01:55:00.320] short of spilling blood and not even sure we can do it then
[01:55:00.320 --> 01:55:02.320] because the question will always remain,
[01:55:02.320 --> 01:55:08.320] will the apathetic remain apathetic even when it's time to fight?
[01:55:08.320 --> 01:55:14.320] And if they are, will they allow themselves to be destroyed?
[01:55:14.320 --> 01:55:17.320] Or will they be swept in on the other side
[01:55:17.320 --> 01:55:24.320] and just put into the background while the rest of us, once again,
[01:55:24.320 --> 01:55:32.320] have to bear the brunt of standing up?
[01:55:32.320 --> 01:55:36.320] If we're going to water the tree with the blood of patriots and tyrants,
[01:55:36.320 --> 01:55:42.320] then you better figure out which one you are.
[01:55:42.320 --> 01:55:48.320]  I don't have a problem with spilling my blood for that as a patriot.
[01:55:48.320 --> 01:55:55.320] And I don't honestly have a problem with having to spill it of a tyrant.
[01:55:55.320 --> 01:56:01.320] It's not the course I wish to take, but if push comes to shove,
[01:56:01.320 --> 01:56:04.320] I will be one of those that will take it
[01:56:04.320 --> 01:56:06.320] rather than see everything that I have held dear
[01:56:06.320 --> 01:56:11.320] and believed in my whole life destroyed
[01:56:11.320 --> 01:56:18.320] and everything that I love put in danger because of it.
[01:56:18.320 --> 01:56:28.320] If you cannot understand that, then you're what's wrong with this nation.
[01:56:28.320 --> 01:56:30.320] There can be no other way to look at it.
[01:56:30.320 --> 01:56:37.320] You are what is wrong with this nation if you can't understand that concept.
[01:56:37.320 --> 01:56:41.320] If you do not know why fighting is the right thing to do
[01:56:41.320 --> 01:56:44.320] and you don't know why you should be doing it right now
[01:56:44.320 --> 01:56:46.320] and you don't even understand how to do it
[01:56:46.320 --> 01:56:54.320] and what the problem is that makes you need to do it, you are what's wrong.
[01:56:54.320 --> 01:56:56.320] And, Stephen, I see you pop up on the board there.
[01:56:56.320 --> 01:56:59.320]  I don't think I'm going to have enough time to take a call
[01:56:59.320 --> 01:57:01.320] because I've only got a minute and a half left in this show.
[01:57:01.320 --> 01:57:03.320] So if you've got something you need to ask me about,
[01:57:03.320 --> 01:57:05.320] please send it to me in an email
[01:57:05.320 --> 01:57:07.320] because I'm not going to have time to address anything
[01:57:07.320 --> 01:57:11.320] before the music starts and the show ends.
[01:57:11.320 --> 01:57:16.320] Now, folks, I know it may sound like I'm trying to cheer on revolution.
[01:57:16.320 --> 01:57:18.320]  I'm not.
[01:57:18.320 --> 01:57:22.320] I'm not trying to be the person that starts a war.
[01:57:22.320 --> 01:57:24.320] But I'm damn sure trying to get you to understand
[01:57:24.320 --> 01:57:31.320] that if we don't do something soon, war is all we've got left.
[01:57:31.320 --> 01:57:35.320]  And then what?
[01:57:35.320 --> 01:57:43.320] What do we leave behind to regain what we've lost?
[01:57:43.320 --> 01:57:46.320] If you don't know, you're not asking yourself the right question
[01:57:46.320 --> 01:57:49.320] because all you should have to do is to look around
[01:57:49.320 --> 01:57:53.320] and see your family's faces and understand what you're fighting for
[01:57:53.320 --> 01:57:57.320] and whether or not you care enough about their future as well as your own
[01:57:57.320 --> 01:58:02.320] to do what needs to be done and change this
[01:58:02.320 --> 01:58:05.320] because you're sure as hell not going to do it
[01:58:05.320 --> 01:58:11.320] watching your sports broadcasts, keeping your head stuck in the sand,
[01:58:11.320 --> 01:58:17.320] and denying that there is a serious problem in America
[01:58:17.320 --> 01:58:21.320] and that you are one of its biggest contributors.
