[00:00.000 --> 00:05.780] The following news flash is brought to you by the Lone Star Lowdown, providing your daily
[00:05.780 --> 00:13.400] bulletins for the commodities market, today in history, news updates, and the inside scoop
[00:13.400 --> 00:20.160] into the tides of the alternative.
[00:20.160 --> 00:25.360] Markets for Monday, the 18th of July, 2016, are currently treading with gold at $1,328.27
[00:25.360 --> 00:33.600] an ounce, silver $20.03 an ounce, Texas crude $45.95 a barrel, and Bitcoin is currently
[00:33.600 --> 00:42.240]  sitting at about $675 U.S. currency.
[00:42.240 --> 00:48.020] Today in history, the year 1968, Intel is founded in Mountain View, California.
[00:48.020 --> 00:52.060] This American multinational tech company is one of the world's largest and highest valued
[00:52.060 --> 00:57.320] semiconductor chipmakers, personally fabricating 86 series of microprocessors throughout the
[00:57.320 --> 00:58.320]  years.
[00:58.320 --> 01:06.240] The foundation of computer processing via Intel, today in history.
[01:06.240 --> 01:11.200] In recent news, Friday of last week, 29 pages of the suppressed section of the 2002 Congressional
[01:11.200 --> 01:14.920] Report, which outlined and detailed possible ties between the Saudi government and the
[01:14.920 --> 01:18.000] September 11 terrorist attacks, were finally released.
[01:18.000 --> 01:22.040] It turns out that the suppressed pages, redacted in parts, reveal circumstantial evidence of
[01:22.040 --> 01:27.520] ties among Saudi government officials, intelligence agents, and several of the 9-11 hijackers.
[01:27.520 --> 01:31.360] The report notes that the phone numbers found in the phone book of Abu Zubaydah, a detainee
[01:31.360 --> 01:35.400] currently held in Guantanamo, could be traced to a company in Denver, Colorado, connected
[01:35.400 --> 01:39.280] to the former Saudi ambassador to the U.S., Prince Bandar bin Sultan.
[01:39.280 --> 01:43.400] The report also plainly stated that, quote, while in the United States, some of the September
[01:43.400 --> 01:48.440] 11th hijackers were in contact with or received assistance from individuals who may be connected
[01:48.440 --> 01:49.760]  to the Saudi government.
[01:49.760 --> 01:54.720] Like Omar al-Bayyami, suspect Saudi intelligence agent, who was allegedly in close contact
[01:54.720 --> 01:59.940] with the hijackers Nuwaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Midar, even giving them financial assistance
[01:59.940 --> 02:03.440] during their time in the United States and helping them find a place to live.
[02:03.440 --> 02:12.400] Only time will tell how these not-so-new revelations will affect U.S.-Saudi relations.
[02:12.400 --> 02:16.920] Friday's failed coup d'etat in Turkey led President Rasip Tayyip Erdogan to order the
[02:16.920 --> 02:21.520] detention of some 6,000 people, half of which were military personnel who were involved
[02:21.520 --> 02:22.920]  in the failed overthrow.
[02:22.920 --> 02:27.080] Critics of Erdogan are concerned that this will simply provide a pretext for a crackdown
[02:27.080 --> 02:31.680] on his political opponents, especially since addressing a crowd in Istanbul, Erdogan said
[02:31.680 --> 02:35.760] that he's seeing that this attempt actually was a gift from God because it gives him an
[02:35.760 --> 02:38.440] opportunity to clean out the armed forces.
[02:38.440 --> 02:42.720] Turkey's Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag says that the cleansing will continue and expects
[02:42.720 --> 02:44.240] more people to be detained.
[02:44.240 --> 02:49.360] Turkey's Prime Minister Ben Ali al-Darim put the death toll at 230 people, 100 of which
[02:49.360 --> 02:53.520] were involved in the coup itself, and the others were civilians caught in the political
[02:53.520 --> 02:54.520]  crossfire.
[02:54.520 --> 03:24.280] This is Rick Rodeo with your Lowdown for July 18, 2016.
[03:55.520 --> 04:22.520] We'll raise up our glasses again, Steve-O-Force is singing, whiskey for my men.
[04:22.520 --> 04:28.520]  Beer for my horses.
[04:28.520 --> 04:30.400] All right, folks, good evening.
[04:30.400 --> 04:35.240] This is the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show with your host, Eddie Craig.
[04:35.240 --> 04:40.400] And it is July, well, what is it, 18th, July 18th.
[04:40.400 --> 04:46.640] We are more than halfway through the seventh month of this year, well past the halfway
[04:46.640 --> 04:53.100] point, and what have we accomplished so far?
[04:53.100 --> 05:01.040] We are watching the electoral process in America get flushed right down the tubes.
[05:01.040 --> 05:09.440] We are allowing known criminals to run for the highest public office in our nation.
[05:09.440 --> 05:21.000] And we continue to praise and clap for political candidates that tell us to our face just how
[05:21.000 --> 05:31.360] much utter disregard they have for the Constitution that is supposed to be the controlling instrument
[05:31.360 --> 05:34.680] for how they do their job.
[05:34.680 --> 05:39.360] Every single one of these people sits there day in and day out on the campaign trail telling
[05:39.360 --> 05:42.920] you I'm going to do this, and I'm going to do this, and I'm going to do this, and I'm
[05:42.920 --> 05:45.760] going to do it this way, and I'm going to do it that way, and I'm going to get you to
[05:45.760 --> 05:48.520] like it, and I'm going to get them to hate it, and I'm going to run this country the
[05:48.520 --> 05:51.800] way I think it ought to be run.
[05:51.800 --> 05:58.480] But not at any point do you ever hear them explain to you where their authority to do
[05:58.480 --> 06:06.920] what they're saying they're going to do can actually be found.
[06:06.920 --> 06:16.720] While we're still over here in the background, and cheering them on like they have any authority
[06:16.720 --> 06:19.040] to do any of the stuff they're saying.
[06:19.040 --> 06:21.520] And this has been going on for decades, of course.
[06:21.520 --> 06:25.400] It's nothing new as far as all that goes.
[06:25.400 --> 06:30.200] But you would think that in the age of information that we currently have and the access we have
[06:30.200 --> 06:37.440] to that information, people would bother to look this up.
[06:37.440 --> 06:43.240] People would bother to educate themselves about what they're being told these candidates
[06:43.240 --> 06:51.880] are going to do versus whether or not they really have any authority to be doing it.
[06:51.880 --> 06:59.920] It's ridiculous how little we understand our own process in this country anymore.
[06:59.920 --> 07:03.640] Now, granted, we were never supposed to be a country.
[07:03.640 --> 07:05.980] We were never supposed to be a nation.
[07:05.980 --> 07:13.200] We were simply supposed to be a gathering collection of independent sovereign states,
[07:13.200 --> 07:17.120] kind of like the way Europe was intended to be when it banded together and formed its
[07:17.120 --> 07:19.320]  little coalition.
[07:19.320 --> 07:25.000] But everyone was supposed to remain sovereign and out from under the thumb of a centralized
[07:25.000 --> 07:27.080]  government.
[07:27.080 --> 07:32.000] Everyone was supposed to have freedom to move between any of the states without government
[07:32.000 --> 07:37.720] encumbrance of any kind and without the government intruding upon every aspect of our lives,
[07:37.720 --> 07:42.840] which they do on a daily basis a multitude of times before you even so much as get out
[07:42.840 --> 07:47.880]  of bed.
[07:47.880 --> 07:59.220] And we still seem to think that we are the land of opportunity and the free and the brave.
[07:59.220 --> 08:04.120] And I'm having trouble seeing any of that anymore.
[08:04.120 --> 08:06.320]  You're not free.
[08:06.320 --> 08:13.000] Everything you do comes with a permission slip, a license, a permit, or some other form
[08:13.000 --> 08:18.480] of fee in order to do it.
[08:18.480 --> 08:26.480] We're not brave anymore because no one will stand up and fight back against their own
[08:26.480 --> 08:28.640]  oppression.
[08:28.640 --> 08:34.000] And the few that are get ground into the dirt because they're put in front of a jury of
[08:34.000 --> 08:41.320] cowards and illiterate individuals that don't know anymore about how this country is supposed
[08:41.320 --> 08:49.540] to function than someone living in a foreign land that's never heard of us.
[08:49.540 --> 08:53.640] We can't get justice in America because there's no one here who even knows what the hell that
[08:53.640 --> 08:56.800]  is.
[08:56.800 --> 09:01.800] And those that do, instead of doing their duty and serving on a jury to protect the
[09:01.800 --> 09:06.880] rights of the individuals, are looking for ways to get out of jury duty because it interferes
[09:06.880 --> 09:14.480] with their work day, their paycheck, their family time, or their sports.
[09:14.480 --> 09:19.160]  Take your pick.
[09:19.160 --> 09:26.320] America was supposed to be a great country because we as a people and to a man had a
[09:26.320 --> 09:31.440] say so in that government.
[09:31.440 --> 09:45.320] We were entrusted with the duty to ensure that everyone else's rights were protected
[09:45.320 --> 09:54.200] so that the cascading effect is that ours would also be equally protected.
[09:54.200 --> 10:01.160] And we have abdicated that duty for far too long.
[10:01.160 --> 10:02.160]  No question about it.
[10:02.160 --> 10:09.020] For far too long, we have done everything but what we need to be doing to be free.
[10:09.020 --> 10:15.240] We have put the responsibility in someone else's hands and then sit back and complain
[10:15.240 --> 10:20.800] when they don't do what we would have done had we been the one doing it, except we're
[10:20.800 --> 10:24.360] not doing it and we're not wanting to do it.
[10:24.360 --> 10:30.380] We're just wanting to complain about it.
[10:30.380 --> 10:36.120] You know, if you've listened to me on this show for very long, I try very hard to avoid
[10:36.120 --> 10:40.580] asking for money and plugging things unless I know for a fact we absolutely are in a position
[10:40.580 --> 10:44.280]  where if we don't, we're sunk.
[10:44.280 --> 10:48.960] But the more I think about it, the more I come to understand, you know what, folks?
[10:48.960 --> 10:54.160] If you are the armchair quarterback that doesn't want to be doing any of this yourself and
[10:54.160 --> 10:58.740] you're expecting us to sit out here and do it all for you and to make you somehow more
[10:58.740 --> 11:03.920] educated than you've been because you don't want to spend the time doing it, why shouldn't
[11:03.920 --> 11:05.680] we be asking to get paid for that?
[11:05.680 --> 11:09.760] Why shouldn't we be asking for donations to keep us on the air?
[11:09.760 --> 11:11.880]  We're doing all the legwork.
[11:11.880 --> 11:16.920] We're putting all the pain and suffering into learning what it's all about.
[11:16.920 --> 11:21.680] And everybody out there that's listening is to reap the benefits or at least that's the
[11:21.680 --> 11:26.600]  general idea, right?
[11:26.600 --> 11:35.920] And I'm a firm believer that a person should be able to earn a living and make ends meet.
[11:35.920 --> 11:42.580] And I can tell you for a fact that don't happen on this end of the radio very often.
[11:42.580 --> 11:47.920] From where I'm sitting, I have to shift things around and delay this one to pay that one
[11:47.920 --> 11:55.280] as the old saying goes, Rob Peter to pay Paul, week in and week out.
[11:55.280 --> 11:59.720] So by this time, it should be fairly apparent since I've been doing this now since oh, what
[11:59.720 --> 12:09.920] 2007 or eight that I'm not here to do this for the money.
[12:09.920 --> 12:21.440] Because if getting rich was my plan, my plan royally sucks, but we rely upon y'all to keep
[12:21.440 --> 12:31.760] us going and you guys hopefully are relying on us to get you ahead of the information
[12:31.760 --> 12:36.360] that you otherwise may not be able to get or, or too lazy to get on your own if that
[12:36.360 --> 12:40.600] happens to be your way of doing things.
[12:40.600 --> 12:44.680] And for those that support us regularly from the bottom of my heart, thank you very much.
[12:44.680 --> 12:48.960] For those of us that support us as you can also thank you from the bottom of my heart
[12:48.960 --> 12:52.740]  very much.
[12:52.740 --> 12:57.720] But by the same token, I'm listening to people all over the place that complain because people
[12:57.720 --> 13:00.860] like us ask for donations to do what we do.
[13:00.860 --> 13:08.920] We ask for money when we help you with a case to do what we do.
[13:08.920 --> 13:15.200] For some reason, America now believes that Patriot is synonymous with free and fully
[13:15.200 --> 13:17.360]  accessible.
[13:17.360 --> 13:23.220] No one seems to care just like the IRS doesn't seem to care that your sweat, time and labor
[13:23.220 --> 13:28.920] go into the results that they're benefiting from.
[13:28.920 --> 13:36.240] But you can't claim it as a deductible or that you hit or that you've got a value of
[13:36.240 --> 13:40.520] any kind put into it or that it's worth anything.
[13:40.520 --> 13:44.000] And I think that that kind of sucks.
[13:44.000 --> 13:47.400] I didn't get into this to get rich and I didn't get in this to complain about it.
[13:47.400 --> 13:53.160] But sometimes something's got to be said because I spend so much time reading and writing articles
[13:53.160 --> 13:58.320] now and the stuff that I'm trying to do to get at least some sponsors for some audio
[13:58.320 --> 14:05.860] video equipment so I can start putting out a regular video and audio podcast as often
[14:05.860 --> 14:10.600] as I can, even more than this once a week that we're doing for the radio show and try
[14:10.600 --> 14:17.080] to do something else to help generate money and recognition of what we do here and get
[14:17.080 --> 14:20.280] the information out in people's hands and heads.
[14:20.280 --> 14:28.280] But it's just like when I go to class on Sundays, I've been teaching this class ever since 2010.
[14:28.280 --> 14:33.740] And even though I've got people that come to this class regularly, I've got very few
[14:33.740 --> 14:39.840] that spend time outside of that once a week class doing any actual studying and application.
[14:39.840 --> 14:42.840]  And I have had a few, don't get me wrong.
[14:42.840 --> 14:46.200] There have been those that have taken what they've learned in that class and they have
[14:46.200 --> 14:54.740] used it to fight tooth and nail their cases and they have come out victorious in the end.
[14:54.740 --> 14:58.160] And by the same token, I have those that come back to class and complain about how they
[14:58.160 --> 14:59.480]  lost.
[14:59.480 --> 15:06.000] The difference being when I asked the one that lost what they did, they did the bare
[15:06.000 --> 15:12.760] minimum of filling out the paperwork and filing it and nothing else about it.
[15:12.760 --> 15:15.360] They didn't learn any of the arguments in the documents.
[15:15.360 --> 15:17.240] They didn't learn how to use them in court.
[15:17.240 --> 15:22.360] They didn't come to class to learn the proper procedure, objections and way of handling
[15:22.360 --> 15:25.600] what these prosecutors and judges throw at you.
[15:25.600 --> 15:32.360] They just winged it and got their butt kicked.
[15:32.360 --> 15:40.240] I have real live winning scenarios for the people that get themselves into the situation
[15:40.240 --> 15:43.520] of having to go to court.
[15:43.520 --> 15:49.080] But you're not going to go and win, except by sheer dumb luck, if you're not putting
[15:49.080 --> 15:53.720] in the time and effort necessary to learn how to do it properly.
[15:53.720 --> 16:01.480] I wrote another article and posted it up on the blog today and it hit home because I spent
[16:01.480 --> 16:08.100] most of the day today getting bombarded with problems and issues and cases from the Facebook
[16:08.100 --> 16:10.600] legal discussion group I've got and a few other ones.
[16:10.600 --> 16:16.040] I've probably been added to a hundred groups by people to offer up discussions on topics.
[16:16.040 --> 16:21.120] And the more I get into that, the more I realize that people don't want to really know the
[16:21.120 --> 16:22.120]  truth.
[16:22.120 --> 16:26.100]  They want a magic bullet and there isn't one.
[16:26.100 --> 16:30.880] And when they can't get that magic bullet, they just throw up their hands and say, okay,
[16:30.880 --> 16:35.480] well, if I can't win instantly, then I'll just do barely what's necessary and see how
[16:35.480 --> 16:40.900] that works and hope for the best and then complain when they lose.
[16:40.900 --> 16:44.560] But they won't surrender the theory that screwed them in the first place, which is there's
[16:44.560 --> 16:48.760]  a magic bullet out there somewhere.
[16:48.760 --> 16:51.640] It gets a little disheartening and it drives you a little nuts.
[16:51.640 --> 16:54.320] And the article I posted today sort of deals with that.
[16:54.320 --> 16:56.300] But in any case, we'll be right back after this break.
[16:56.300 --> 17:01.640]  So y'all hang in there.
[17:01.640 --> 17:05.920] Did you know that the Logos Radio Network is a truly listener supported radio network

[18:14.160 --> 18:18.960] You'll get step by step instructions in plain English on how to win in court using federal
[18:18.960 --> 18:24.800] civil rights statutes, what to do when contacted by phone, mail or court summons, how to answer
[18:24.800 --> 18:29.360] letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit report, how to turn the
[18:29.360 --> 18:33.560] financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away.
[18:33.560 --> 18:38.680] The Michael Mears proven method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[18:38.680 --> 18:40.600] Personal consultation is available as well.

[18:49.280 --> 18:58.880]  That's RuleOfLawRadio.com or email M-I-C-H-A-E-L-M-I-R-R-A-S at Yahoo.com to learn how to stop debt collectors
[18:58.880 --> 18:59.880]  now.
[18:59.880 --> 19:22.320] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[19:22.320 --> 19:46.120] All right, folks, we are back.
[19:46.120 --> 19:51.000] Now let me make sure I've got the caller board up here because this is one of those nights
[19:51.000 --> 19:53.440]  when maybe it's working and maybe it's not.
[19:53.440 --> 19:54.440]  Let's see.
[19:54.440 --> 19:55.440]  Let's see.
[19:55.440 --> 20:01.000] No, the caller board is not up yet, but that's probably my fault.
[20:01.000 --> 20:03.680] So let's see if we can get it up here.
[20:03.680 --> 20:04.680]  There we go.
[20:04.680 --> 20:09.040] All right, if you need to call in, I'm going to make sure the phones are on.
[20:09.040 --> 20:10.040]  They're currently off.
[20:10.040 --> 20:13.400] So that was my bad because I didn't have this page pulled up and ready to go.
[20:13.400 --> 20:17.320]  Call in number is 512-646-1984.
[20:17.320 --> 20:20.840] And if you've been trying to get in, you couldn't because it was off.
[20:20.840 --> 20:22.560]  There's nothing wrong with the phones.
[20:22.560 --> 20:24.080]  I just turned them on.
[20:24.080 --> 20:29.000] So if you want to call in now, it should be ready for you to go.
[20:29.000 --> 20:33.720] But because of the way it's set up, everything cycles in between shows and the line automatically
[20:33.720 --> 20:36.960] shuts off at the end of one show before we begin the other.
[20:36.960 --> 20:40.180] And if you don't have the page up ahead of time, you won't be able to see that.
[20:40.180 --> 20:43.960] And because of all the other stuff, I'm having to produce as well as do the show and everything
[20:43.960 --> 20:46.080] else, which has been the case for a while.
[20:46.080 --> 20:48.520] But I've lost one computer monitor here.
[20:48.520 --> 20:50.440] The screen has gone completely out.
[20:50.440 --> 20:55.520] So I'm down to having to stick everything on one screen while I'm on the radio because
[20:55.520 --> 21:00.080] it's the only one I can actually see without having to turn away from the microphone.
[21:00.080 --> 21:01.520]  It's making it a little bit more difficult.
[21:01.520 --> 21:02.520]  All right.
[21:02.520 --> 21:06.800] Now, that being said, we seem to have a couple of callers up on the board.
[21:06.800 --> 21:10.400] First one up is Andrew in Pennsylvania.
[21:10.400 --> 21:12.880] If this is Andrew, go ahead.
[21:12.880 --> 21:15.520]  Yeah, it is.
[21:15.520 --> 21:20.280] First of all, let me start off by saying that it really, really disturbs me that I have
[21:20.280 --> 21:25.680] worked my fat butt off like crazy, posting the link to your lawsuit on Facebook pages
[21:25.680 --> 21:28.880] like crazy and even getting banned a couple of times for it.
[21:28.880 --> 21:33.520] And nobody's donated any money to that since Stevie Mac did about seven days ago.
[21:33.520 --> 21:35.640]  So that's really disconcerting.
[21:35.640 --> 21:36.640]  I hope maybe...
[21:36.640 --> 21:40.120] Yeah, it's definitely a slower process than I would have liked to have seen.
[21:40.120 --> 21:45.000] You'd think at the rate they're stealing money out of people's pockets on these citations
[21:45.000 --> 21:50.600] that if everybody was given just five or 10% of what that citation would have cost them
[21:50.600 --> 21:59.400] had they lost it in court, that lawsuit would be well-funded and over the top by now.
[21:59.400 --> 22:02.640]  Well, sadly, that's not the case.
[22:02.640 --> 22:07.280] But anyway, a couple of things, just for the heck of it, I wanted to ask you, what would
[22:07.280 --> 22:13.960] your response to this be back in the not too distant past after I asked you to repeat what
[22:13.960 --> 22:19.840] you said on that Facebook comment that was deleted, that one you made about how everything
[22:19.840 --> 22:25.680] that the courts present at the case is 100% presumptive, the courts ignored for their
[22:25.680 --> 22:27.040]  presumption and not fact.
[22:27.040 --> 22:35.480] I posted that on a few Facebook pages, a few forums on the internet, and one person responded
[22:35.480 --> 22:41.160] that by saying, would it be fair to summarize this as I admit that my legal theory has never
[22:41.160 --> 22:44.760] worked in any court, but that's because the corrupt courts are all doing it wrong.
[22:44.760 --> 22:48.560] Do you have any response to that, just for the heck of it, I got to ask you.
[22:48.560 --> 22:51.680] Okay, wait, repeat that last part again.
[22:51.680 --> 22:57.320] He said, I admit that my legal theory has never worked in any court, but that's because
[22:57.320 --> 22:59.880] the corrupt courts are all doing it wrong.
[22:59.880 --> 23:02.760] That was the response some guy gave to that whole...
[23:02.760 --> 23:07.160] Did he bother to tell us what methodology he was attempting to use?
[23:07.160 --> 23:08.160]  No.
[23:08.160 --> 23:13.440] Then it's a comment without context, and so I can't address it one way or the other because
[23:13.440 --> 23:16.120] I don't know what it is he tries to do.
[23:16.120 --> 23:20.640] If he goes in there and tries to do the all caps name, the non-assumption, the accepted
[23:20.640 --> 23:26.520] for value, the birth certificate, straw man BS, yeah, he's getting his butt kicked and
[23:26.520 --> 23:30.220] he will forever get his butt kicked.
[23:30.220 --> 23:35.040] But if he is doing the right thing, which we don't know that's what he's doing because
[23:35.040 --> 23:40.760] he didn't tell us, and the courts are not doing what they're supposed to do, then whose
[23:40.760 --> 23:45.800] responsibility is it to hold them accountable for that?
[23:45.800 --> 23:50.520]  Good point, yes indeed.
[23:50.520 --> 23:56.040] If it's not working and he is doing it right, then he is the one that has to raise the red
[23:56.040 --> 23:59.040] flag and start screaming bloody murder.
[23:59.040 --> 24:04.220] And when he doesn't, they get away with it.
[24:04.220 --> 24:09.480] But if he's screwing it up and he's losing legitimately because of the stuff he's arguing,
[24:09.480 --> 24:11.440]  I don't have any sympathy for him.
[24:11.440 --> 24:12.440] He should have known better.
[24:12.440 --> 24:17.260] He should have done better research and gotten better reading comprehension skills.
[24:17.260 --> 24:21.960] Because most people that consistently lose, that's why they're losing.
[24:21.960 --> 24:29.800] They're following some ignorant patronet advice for which there is no basis in factor law.
[24:29.800 --> 24:35.720] Right, and that said, one more thing.
[24:35.720 --> 24:40.720] I interviewed Jordan Maxwell recently and talked to him about is there like, just like
[24:40.720 --> 24:47.680] how there's a way that you said to get off Social Security, is there a way to become
[24:47.680 --> 24:49.960] an officially recognized sovereign citizen?
[24:49.960 --> 24:55.280] And what I mean by officially recognized is that the control system, the powers that be,
[24:55.280 --> 24:58.960] the courts and the governments, they would recognize you as a sovereign citizen.
[24:58.960 --> 24:59.960]  There's a way to do that.
[24:59.960 --> 25:00.960] And he did go through...
[25:00.960 --> 25:01.960]  You want to...
[25:01.960 --> 25:02.960]  Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
[25:02.960 --> 25:05.680]  First off, we don't have a context here.
[25:05.680 --> 25:08.060] Sovereign citizen according to who?
[25:08.060 --> 25:11.800] Every time you open your mouth about the rights and constitution, the powers that be already
[25:11.800 --> 25:13.880]  label you a sovereign citizen.
[25:13.880 --> 25:17.440] It just isn't in the context in which you would like to see it done.
[25:17.440 --> 25:23.680] Well, the context he was referring to is abolish your citizenship.
[25:23.680 --> 25:28.680] And he talked about the process for how to do that, renounce and abolish your citizenship.
[25:28.680 --> 25:34.240] And he said, but if you do that for all intents and purposes, you will have committed suicide
[25:34.240 --> 25:39.480] because once you become your renouncer's citizenship to become a sovereign citizen, it's no longer
[25:39.480 --> 25:41.600] possible to do anything in the real world.
[25:41.600 --> 25:46.000] A convicted felon would actually have more opportunities in life than a sovereign citizen
[25:46.000 --> 25:50.080] will because the convicted felon can still ask the government to supply them with needs
[25:50.080 --> 25:54.920] to like food stamps and welfare, sovereign citizens, although can't do that well.
[25:54.920 --> 25:57.680] Aside from that, that also brings up...
[25:57.680 --> 26:02.560] Okay, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, let me just shoot that horse
[26:02.560 --> 26:08.860] right between the eyes anyway, because every leg on it is already broke.
[26:08.860 --> 26:16.920] If you don't apply for government benefits, you don't get government benefits, period.
[26:16.920 --> 26:25.440] Doesn't matter what you call your citizenship, right or wrong.
[26:25.440 --> 26:29.520]  I don't receive one penny in government benefits.
[26:29.520 --> 26:36.620]  I haven't renounced my citizenship to anywhere.
[26:36.620 --> 26:38.760] So what is his argument here?
[26:38.760 --> 26:43.260] My life is harder because I can't suck on a government kit like everybody else.
[26:43.260 --> 26:46.040]  Is that his argument?
[26:46.040 --> 26:51.640] Or is his argument that as a free and independent being, I am responsible for my own wellbeing
[26:51.640 --> 26:54.840] and I have to make my way in life?
[26:54.840 --> 26:59.440] And I have to find a way to either earn money or have people be willing to pay for some
[26:59.440 --> 27:04.440]  good or service I can provide.
[27:04.440 --> 27:09.200] Sort of goes hand in hand with simple understanding of what life's all about, right?
[27:09.200 --> 27:10.200]  Right.
[27:10.200 --> 27:14.400] So what the hell is his argument?
[27:14.400 --> 27:21.360] Why do you have to surrender any sort of citizenship within a state or anywhere else to not get
[27:21.360 --> 27:23.960]  a government benefit?
[27:23.960 --> 27:30.760] Well, the idea behind surrendering your citizenship was that the, you know, no court, he said,
[27:30.760 --> 27:37.480] he claims that no court would ever try you for a crime unless you actually harmed someone.
[27:37.480 --> 27:38.480]  Right.
[27:38.480 --> 27:42.280]  Whoever's saying this is an idiot.
[27:42.280 --> 27:43.760]  Okay?
[27:43.760 --> 27:48.440] The courts could care less what you call your citizenship status.
[27:48.440 --> 27:54.800] If you can't show that you're actually a foreigner from another country that is not specifically
[27:54.800 --> 28:02.000] subject to the law they're charging you with, they'll charge you.
[28:02.000 --> 28:07.480] But when you say, hey, I'm domiciled over here and they have a copy of all the documents
[28:07.480 --> 28:12.280] that show that you've been convicted twice for felonies, your fingerprints are on file,
[28:12.280 --> 28:16.220] you were born in Ohio and you start telling them you're not a citizen.
[28:16.220 --> 28:18.280] You want to know where you're going to go first?
[28:18.280 --> 28:24.560] Bellevue or whatever state hospital resembles Bellevue.
[28:24.560 --> 28:27.480] Here in Texas, that would be Rusk.
[28:27.480 --> 28:28.960]  Yes.
[28:28.960 --> 28:38.000] And that, speaking about being a foreigner, wanted to bring up what you told me not that
[28:38.000 --> 28:44.600] long ago about how immigration, like when is immigration truly a crime?
[28:44.600 --> 28:49.960] Like one could say, we can go across state borders without government permission.
[28:49.960 --> 28:51.920] Why can't we do the same at the international level?
[28:51.920 --> 28:55.120] And you said, well, immigration is illegal.
[28:55.120 --> 29:01.240] It depends on what the people want their representatives in government, the extent to which they want
[29:01.240 --> 29:05.320] their representatives in government to secure the border and do a vetting process on people.
[29:05.320 --> 29:08.080]  Well, I didn't say immigration is illegal.
[29:08.080 --> 29:17.400] I said entering another sovereign country without following their rules is illegal.
[29:17.400 --> 29:18.760]  That's what would be illegal.
[29:18.760 --> 29:24.340] We don't have free egress to another country's borders because it's another country.
[29:24.340 --> 29:30.440] If they don't have some sort of reciprocity agreement with our country, like Canada did
[29:30.440 --> 29:37.200] and Mexico did before Obama took office and decided to remove everybody's ability to move
[29:37.200 --> 29:42.960] freely between either one, we were able to go back and forth between those landlocked
[29:42.960 --> 29:45.200]  or interconnected areas.
[29:45.200 --> 29:50.320] So, hang on just a second, we're about to take a break and we'll finish this on the
[29:50.320 --> 29:51.320]  other side.
[29:51.320 --> 29:52.320]  512-646-1984.
[29:52.320 --> 30:02.320]  We'll be right back.
[30:02.320 --> 30:06.160] Giving thanks isn't just good manners or something to do on Thanksgiving.
[30:06.160 --> 30:09.560] New research suggests gratitude is actually good for your health.
[30:09.560 --> 30:14.160] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back to explain the benefits of a heartfelt thank you in a
[30:14.160 --> 30:15.160]  moment.
[30:15.160 --> 30:17.280]  Privacy is under attack.
[30:17.280 --> 30:20.880] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[30:20.880 --> 30:25.480] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:25.480 --> 30:27.360]  So, protect your rights.
[30:27.360 --> 30:31.080] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[30:31.080 --> 30:33.640]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[30:33.640 --> 30:39.240] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[30:39.240 --> 30:40.960]  Yahoo and Bing.
[30:40.960 --> 30:42.760]  Start over with StartPage.
[30:42.760 --> 30:48.920] Thank you, they're just two simple words, but new research suggests gratitude not only
[30:48.920 --> 30:53.840] improves your social life, it actually reduces stress and produces tangible physical and
[30:53.840 --> 30:55.800]  mental benefits.
[30:55.800 --> 30:59.500] Studies looked at heart attack patients and found that those who became more appreciative
[30:59.500 --> 31:03.680] of life actually reduced their risk of suffering another attack.
[31:03.680 --> 31:07.120] The same went for patients with neuromuscular disorders.
[31:07.120 --> 31:12.040] Those who jotted down five things they were grateful for, slept better and had less discomfort
[31:12.040 --> 31:14.520] than the patients who wrote down five daily hassles.
[31:14.520 --> 31:18.560] So, let's all focus on the positive and show a little more gratitude.
[31:18.560 --> 31:21.840] Oh, and thank you for listening, I really appreciate it.
[31:21.840 --> 31:31.200] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[31:31.200 --> 31:33.040]  What are you thinking?
[31:33.040 --> 31:39.080] Microplant powder with iodine and probiotics for a total body detox for around $10 a month.
[31:39.080 --> 31:44.120] Impusa.org has 12 formulations of microplant powder for absorbing and removing toxins from
[31:44.120 --> 31:48.800] your kidneys, liver, blood, lung, stomach and colon and feel better than ever.

[32:00.240 --> 32:05.480] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the rule of law traffic seminar.
[32:05.480 --> 32:09.000] In today's America, we live in an us against them society and if we the people are ever
[32:09.000 --> 32:13.400] going to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights.
[32:13.400 --> 32:16.440] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act
[32:16.440 --> 32:20.120] in our own private capacity and most importantly, the right to due process of law.
[32:20.120 --> 32:24.320] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve
[32:24.320 --> 32:25.720] our rights through due process.
[32:25.720 --> 32:29.680] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio has put together the
[32:29.680 --> 32:33.440] most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process
[32:33.440 --> 32:35.840] is and how to hold the courts to the rule of law.
[32:35.840 --> 32:39.840] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and
[32:39.840 --> 32:41.160]  ordering your copy today.

[33:34.920 --> 33:47.520] All right, folks, we are back.
[33:47.520 --> 33:50.920] This is Rule of Law Radio and we are talking with Andrew in Pennsylvania.
[33:50.920 --> 33:51.920]  All right, Andrew.
[33:51.920 --> 33:52.920]  Anyway, yeah, go ahead.
[33:52.920 --> 33:53.920]  Okay.
[33:53.920 --> 34:01.640] About the, one more thing about immigration.
[34:01.640 --> 34:06.640] Like Dave Champion in one of his YouTube videos, he pointed out like immigration in general,
[34:06.640 --> 34:09.040]  it's a privilege, it's not a right.
[34:09.040 --> 34:13.320] The people through the representatives decide the criteria for what has to be done for people
[34:13.320 --> 34:14.320]  to immigrate.
[34:14.320 --> 34:16.800] They have the right to ask their governments to secure the borders.
[34:16.800 --> 34:18.480] But think about it another way.
[34:18.480 --> 34:24.920] Could it be said maybe immigration would be a right if the person immigrating through
[34:24.920 --> 34:30.960] international, across international borders did not want to obtain citizenship?
[34:30.960 --> 34:34.280]  Because if you're immigrating, you're trying to obtain citizenship.
[34:34.280 --> 34:38.240] But if you say, no, I'm just going to cross the border and not bother to get any citizenship,
[34:38.240 --> 34:42.760] then can you make the argument, I'm just exercising my right to travel, going across the border,
[34:42.760 --> 34:45.040]  there's no citizenship, therefore it's not a privilege.
[34:45.040 --> 34:46.600]  Does that make sense?
[34:46.600 --> 34:52.040] The question makes sense, but the reality says no, because the rights that you hold
[34:52.040 --> 34:57.360] inherent are only recognized here as being inherent.
[34:57.360 --> 35:00.840]  Okay?
[35:00.840 --> 35:06.600] The Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution, though they were intent
[35:06.600 --> 35:13.360] on embodying that which is inherent in all men the world over, has no authority outside
[35:13.360 --> 35:16.040] of the borders of this nation.
[35:16.040 --> 35:20.280] Until another country adopts the exact same set of documents with the exact same principles
[35:20.280 --> 35:24.760] in mind, it's of no force and effect anywhere but here.
[35:24.760 --> 35:31.120] Now, as long as we're recognizing sovereign countries, whether in the fact that we all
[35:31.120 --> 35:37.920] live on one big planet, that's the way it's going to remain, I'm afraid.
[35:37.920 --> 35:42.440] The difference there being that the people being able to relocate from place to place,
[35:42.440 --> 35:47.440] but no centralized government controlling everybody.
[35:47.440 --> 35:52.400] If government had been kept where it was intended to be, small and frugal and doing only those
[35:52.400 --> 35:59.880] things that best served the collective as interfacing between those sovereign nations,
[35:59.880 --> 36:01.520]  that would be fine.
[36:01.520 --> 36:06.680] But when it starts meddling in things that deal with individuality and individual lives,
[36:06.680 --> 36:09.560] that's where we should have drawn the line, and we didn't.
[36:09.560 --> 36:17.120] We did not put teeth in any document anywhere when it comes to controlling the government.
[36:17.120 --> 36:21.060] The founding fathers did not put teeth in the U.S. Constitution.
[36:21.060 --> 36:26.280] No state that I have read has put teeth in their own state constitution where the people
[36:26.280 --> 36:30.800] themselves can literally prosecute rogue public servants.
[36:30.800 --> 36:32.400] That would be one way.
[36:32.400 --> 36:37.480] The only thing that we reserve to ourselves within our constitutions normally, I know
[36:37.480 --> 36:43.180] we did here in Texas, I can't speak for everywhere, but here the only teeth we have is to completely
[36:43.180 --> 36:49.120] do away with our form of government and create it anew.
[36:49.120 --> 36:53.320] But there's nothing in there that says how many of the people that would require, what
[36:53.320 --> 36:56.520] percentage it takes, and so on and so forth.
[36:56.520 --> 37:01.920] So of course those that are currently in power use that as an argument that without them
[37:01.920 --> 37:08.240] we don't have the right to exercise that clause of the constitution because they, the created
[37:08.240 --> 37:13.520] and the servants, don't interpret it to mean that we can obliterate their entire job and
[37:13.520 --> 37:18.840]  tell them to take a hike.
[37:18.840 --> 37:25.400] We've let their perception of how they want reality to be to become our accepted version
[37:25.400 --> 37:36.360] of reality rather than our ability to deny that reality.
[37:36.360 --> 37:37.360] Does that answer your question?
[37:37.360 --> 37:38.360]  Yes.
[37:38.360 --> 37:39.360]  Yes.
[37:39.360 --> 37:41.120]  Thank you.
[37:41.120 --> 37:42.120]  That is all.
[37:42.120 --> 37:43.120]  All right.
[37:43.120 --> 37:44.120] Thanks for calling in, Andrew.
[37:44.120 --> 37:45.120]  Take care.
[37:45.120 --> 37:46.120]  You too.
[37:46.120 --> 37:47.120]  All right.
[37:47.120 --> 37:49.320]  Well, let's go to truth Raider.
[37:49.320 --> 37:51.040]  All right, Raider.
[37:51.040 --> 37:54.040]  What do you got?
[37:54.040 --> 38:01.000] Well, the truth Raider proved to be a man of his word.
[38:01.000 --> 38:02.000]  And why is that?
[38:02.000 --> 38:03.000]  Sacrifice.
[38:03.000 --> 38:04.000]  You what?
[38:04.000 --> 38:15.640] Put the money down, put my money where my mouth is, got on a bird, sword on down, blistered
[38:15.640 --> 38:21.080] the heck out of my feet, walking all over Austin, but I made it to class by the skin
[38:21.080 --> 38:22.080]  of my teeth.
[38:22.080 --> 38:23.080]  Yeah.
[38:23.080 --> 38:24.080]  That you did.
[38:24.080 --> 38:25.080]  Yeah.
[38:25.080 --> 38:30.440] Boy, my feet are just starting to peel now.
[38:30.440 --> 38:34.120] And has done nothing but complain about the experience ever since he's gotten back.
[38:34.120 --> 38:35.120]  Yeah.
[38:35.120 --> 38:37.120]  Well, see, I don't know.
[38:37.120 --> 38:38.760]  I just, maybe it's the difference in the middle.
[38:38.760 --> 38:41.400] It's been about more than 20 years since I've been to Texas.
[38:41.400 --> 38:42.400]  Yeah.
[38:42.400 --> 38:44.160] Well, Texas is its own place.
[38:44.160 --> 38:47.760] If you sit here more than five minutes, you'll experience the same weather patterns they
[38:47.760 --> 38:49.440] do in any other part of the world.
[38:49.440 --> 38:52.040] Well, not that extreme here.
[38:52.040 --> 38:54.320] I got back here and the swelling went away.
[38:54.320 --> 38:58.560] My hands, I had like manual edema where my hands swelled up.
[38:58.560 --> 39:00.600]  I don't know.
[39:00.600 --> 39:06.480] I just wasn't, I hadn't been in that particular type of dense humidity and warmth at the same
[39:06.480 --> 39:08.760]  time in over 20 years.
[39:08.760 --> 39:13.360] Well, then you're like a piece of old wood that's been introduced here too soon, too
[39:13.360 --> 39:14.360]  quick.
[39:14.360 --> 39:15.360]  Yeah.
[39:15.360 --> 39:16.360]  Okay.
[39:16.360 --> 39:23.440] Well, I'm trying to do things darn it, but both of my computers crashed.
[39:23.440 --> 39:31.400] So the flash drive is being downloaded on the PC that I might, my main PC, then my backup
[39:31.400 --> 39:33.920]  PC had a fan and a letter key malfunction.
[39:33.920 --> 39:38.160] So I took it into the repair shop and I should get it by tomorrow or the next day.
[39:38.160 --> 39:42.800] But in the meantime, I haven't been able to look and do any research and view any of the
[39:42.800 --> 39:48.000] seminar material programs that are in there, the videos and programs and the original seminar
[39:48.000 --> 39:53.560] in 2009 or any of that stuff that you have on the flash drive.
[39:53.560 --> 39:57.120] So this is, you know, stuck beyond my, beyond my control.
[39:57.120 --> 40:04.960] I can't do anything about it, but I have the trial date on July 27th at the city municipal
[40:04.960 --> 40:07.720] traffic court, whatever they want to call it downtown here.
[40:07.720 --> 40:11.160] And they're going to have both of the officers from both traffic stops.
[40:11.160 --> 40:17.280] And I had on March 27th and April 28th, both officers and their two separate stops are
[40:17.280 --> 40:23.080] going to combine a trial for both of those traffic stops and citations, which is a common
[40:23.080 --> 40:24.080]  enough practice.
[40:24.080 --> 40:29.280] The main three license registration, insurance violations that they claim, transportation
[40:29.280 --> 40:31.960]  offenses that they're charging me with.
[40:31.960 --> 40:36.600] So I've got to go in into the seminar material and pull out what particular forms I need
[40:36.600 --> 40:42.240] to take in prior that I need to file with the court, objecting to the proceedings, citing
[40:42.240 --> 40:44.280]  a lack of jurisdiction.
[40:44.280 --> 40:50.360] Well, that would be a challenge to jurisdiction, a waiver of counsel.
[40:50.360 --> 40:58.880] Let's see, your affidavit of not engaging in transportation or commerce.
[40:58.880 --> 41:05.600]  There's one other, there's a total of four to file.
[41:05.600 --> 41:08.360]  Oh, declination to enter a plea.
[41:08.360 --> 41:09.360]  Okay.
[41:09.360 --> 41:16.240] They already did that, but how about demanding a jury trial because it's more than $20?
[41:16.240 --> 41:20.200] Is this something like a writ of demand to have a jury trial?
[41:20.200 --> 41:25.000] You simply file a motion demanding a jury trial, as is your right under that article
[41:25.000 --> 41:29.600] of the federal constitution, if this is a civil proceeding in excess of $20.
[41:29.600 --> 41:30.600]  Right.
[41:30.600 --> 41:31.600]  Okay.
[41:31.600 --> 41:32.600]  We'll do that.
[41:32.600 --> 41:36.960]  Well, I got a couple of new ones.
[41:36.960 --> 41:43.760] Last week, I got pulled over by a kind of an irated middle-aged sheriff deputy in his
[41:43.760 --> 41:46.460]  big long F-250.
[41:46.460 --> 41:51.160] And he blocked the freeway when I was traveling down the center lane, the three lane highway
[41:51.160 --> 41:53.240]  heading southbound.
[41:53.240 --> 42:01.720] And he blocked on the number three lane just after he got onto the freeway.
[42:01.720 --> 42:07.120] He noticed my, I don't know, I guess he just zoomed to look at my plates or whatever, how
[42:07.120 --> 42:08.120]  he did it.
[42:08.120 --> 42:11.880] And he noticed that it had a 15 on there and not a 16 on there.
[42:11.880 --> 42:15.720]  So yeah, real outlaw.
[42:15.720 --> 42:17.800] So he ties up traffic.
[42:17.800 --> 42:22.160] People are stopping behind him and having to put on their brakes.
[42:22.160 --> 42:25.960] So he's being the safety breach here.
[42:25.960 --> 42:28.960]  He's the one that's creating the obstruction.
[42:28.960 --> 42:34.160] So that way I'll pass him, so that way he can fix himself behind me.
[42:34.160 --> 42:38.760] So I slowed down, let him try to go, and then I pointed, hey, I got to get over the right
[42:38.760 --> 42:39.760]  lane.
[42:39.760 --> 42:40.760] I got to get off the exit over here.
[42:40.760 --> 42:44.600] So he allowed me to go in front of him, then he tried to stop me.
[42:44.600 --> 42:50.920] I was getting off the exit anyway, that's the exit I needed to get off of anyway.
[42:50.920 --> 42:52.920] But he turns his lights on behind me and said, okay.
[42:52.920 --> 42:56.360] So I point, put the blinkers on, say I'm going to pull over to the right.
[42:56.360 --> 43:01.560] Wherever it's, you know, practical, prudent, and safe, and then illegally park spot in
[43:01.560 --> 43:04.920] order to conduct this encounter or whatever he's going to do.
[43:04.920 --> 43:09.080] But he started whipping his siren, whooping his siren, whooping his siren, and said, hey,
[43:09.080 --> 43:10.720] I'm going to pull over here to the right.
[43:10.720 --> 43:15.040] So I get off, he follows me all the way down, comes up to the window, why didn't you pull
[43:15.040 --> 43:17.200] over when I told you to, right there at the exit there.
[43:17.200 --> 43:22.920] When I put my lights on, you stop immediately.
[43:22.920 --> 43:24.960]  It's about safety, sir, practicality here.
[43:24.960 --> 43:29.320] Have you seen the videos of the accidents that occur on the freeway?
[43:29.320 --> 43:30.960]  I've seen lots of videos.
[43:30.960 --> 43:32.600]  I've seen lots of accidents.
[43:32.600 --> 43:34.960] What exactly is the point of the question?
[43:34.960 --> 43:37.200]  That's what I'm telling him.
[43:37.200 --> 43:38.200] Have you seen the videos?
[43:38.200 --> 43:39.200]  Okay.
[43:39.200 --> 43:41.680] Anyway, hang on, Raider, we got to take a break here.
[43:41.680 --> 43:45.760] And if there's a question in this anytime soon on the other side, let's hear it.

[46:20.360 --> 46:21.360]  Thank you.
[46:21.360 --> 46:22.360]  Thank you.
[46:22.360 --> 46:23.360]  Thank you.
[46:23.360 --> 46:50.080]  Thank you.
[46:53.360 --> 47:08.080] All right, folks, we are back.
[47:08.080 --> 47:14.520] This is Rule of Law Radio, the call at numbers 512-646-1984, and we currently have Truth
[47:14.520 --> 47:15.520]  Raider.
[47:15.520 --> 47:18.280] All right, Raider, if you got a question, let's get with it.
[47:18.280 --> 47:19.280]  Yeah.
[47:19.280 --> 47:23.880] As soon as I told him I'm recording this, then he changed his tune.
[47:23.880 --> 47:30.560] But anyway, he went back, ran all the details, came back to me about maybe within two minutes,
[47:30.560 --> 47:34.920] and issued the citations, and how to handle them and all that, and says, by the way, if
[47:34.920 --> 47:40.380] you keep doing this, when you keep going to court and these keep racking up, each one
[47:40.380 --> 47:46.360] of these traffic convictions that you receive, the judge is going to eventually switch it
[47:46.360 --> 47:51.560] to a misdemeanor, and you can be arrested and taken to jail.
[47:51.560 --> 47:52.960] What do you think about that?
[47:52.960 --> 47:59.560] Well, see, I don't know how they could take what they're first considering a civil infraction
[47:59.560 --> 48:08.560] and then later attach through conversion a civil infraction into a criminal offense.
[48:08.560 --> 48:14.760] There's something inherently unconstitutional about such an idea.
[48:14.760 --> 48:17.640]  That's what I think.
[48:17.640 --> 48:18.640]  That's what I think too.
[48:18.640 --> 48:21.160] Is he just blowing smoke?
[48:21.160 --> 48:25.720]  Well, I don't know if he's blowing smoke or not, because I haven't read any statute
[48:25.720 --> 48:28.580] up there that says he can or they can't.
[48:28.580 --> 48:34.560] The problem is, is if there is such a statute or if there is such a precedent, then someone
[48:34.560 --> 48:39.360] needs to be challenging the constitutionality of said precedent or statute.
[48:39.360 --> 48:44.320] All right, challenge the constitutionality of that.
[48:44.320 --> 48:45.920]  I will do so.
[48:45.920 --> 48:54.320] Now, second question, I never received a citation for this one, but apparently a red light camera
[48:54.320 --> 49:01.520] photographed my pickup truck in the intersection as going through a red light apparently.
[49:01.520 --> 49:02.520]  Okay.
[49:02.520 --> 49:06.960] When you say you never received a citation, then how would you even be aware of such a
[49:06.960 --> 49:07.960]  thing?
[49:07.960 --> 49:11.040] Because I got a nasty ram in the mail from the Multnomah...
[49:11.040 --> 49:14.040]  That is the citation.
[49:14.040 --> 49:17.080] What it said, this is what it did.
[49:17.080 --> 49:21.800] They sent it to the Department of Revenue for the state, in other words, the tax collecting
[49:21.800 --> 49:22.800]  department.
[49:22.800 --> 49:27.840]  Yeah, I understand Department of Revenue.
[49:27.840 --> 49:30.840]  So what's your point about it?
[49:30.840 --> 49:34.680] They sent it to them and told them to pay them or they sent it to you and told you to
[49:34.680 --> 49:35.680]  pay them?
[49:35.680 --> 49:41.560] Okay, then it's the citation to you.
[49:41.560 --> 49:44.280] Does it have a picture of the car?
[49:44.280 --> 49:45.280]  No.
[49:45.280 --> 49:47.280]  All it's got is just text?
[49:47.280 --> 49:48.280]  Text, yeah.
[49:48.280 --> 49:49.280]  Okay.
[49:49.280 --> 49:53.880] It says, this particular agency, your number, number, number, whatever it is on the top
[49:53.880 --> 49:58.200] says, and it says, if you had any previous agreements or payment arrangements, those
[49:58.200 --> 50:02.280] are canceled out and you must pay this immediately.
[50:02.280 --> 50:06.400] Within 10 days, if you don't, we're going to seek a district warrant and attach your
[50:06.400 --> 50:10.480] bank account and garnish wages or put a lien on your property or your automobile.
[50:10.480 --> 50:13.120]  Now, I have a question.
[50:13.120 --> 50:20.480] Have you read the statutes up there in your state relating to red light cameras?
[50:20.480 --> 50:22.720]  No.
[50:22.720 --> 50:24.600] Then why are we having this discussion?
[50:24.600 --> 50:29.520] Because you don't have any facts or information to talk about.
[50:29.520 --> 50:33.720] How am I supposed to tell you what to do based upon the statute if you can't even tell me
[50:33.720 --> 50:35.120]  what the statute says?
[50:35.120 --> 50:40.280] Well, they're outlawed in most states, but I don't know if they're outlawed here or not.
[50:40.280 --> 50:44.920] Apparently, they're still sending them out, but I'm letting you know about it.
[50:44.920 --> 50:49.240] That's fine, but you still need to be reading the statutes that deal with it.
[50:49.240 --> 50:52.120] What is the authority under the statute to issue a citation?
[50:52.120 --> 50:56.480] What is the authority under the statute to do any adverse reporting against the issue,
[50:56.480 --> 50:58.880] against the individual against whom it's issued?
[50:58.880 --> 51:01.920] What is the authority under the statute to collect a fine?
[51:01.920 --> 51:03.720] Do they have to sue for it?
[51:03.720 --> 51:05.280] How do they get it?
[51:05.280 --> 51:07.400] Do they get to issue the citation and collect it?
[51:07.400 --> 51:08.600] How do they get it?
[51:08.600 --> 51:13.080] You need to understand everything about what they can do and what they can't do, because
[51:13.080 --> 51:19.440] if this notice is threatening you with some sort of detrimental harm, and the authority
[51:19.440 --> 51:25.360] under the statute says they are forbidden to do that, guess what?
[51:25.360 --> 51:29.240] You are holding evidence of a lawsuit in your hands.
[51:29.240 --> 51:36.560] All right, very good, that answers that question.
[51:36.560 --> 51:37.560]  Not yet, it don't.
[51:37.560 --> 51:39.520]  I don't know what the statute says.
[51:39.520 --> 51:44.160] I will look into that and find out what the statute says about collecting debts and citations.
[51:44.160 --> 51:47.720]  No, stop, stop.
[51:47.720 --> 51:52.600] I didn't say anything about collecting debts on citations generally.
[51:52.600 --> 52:00.680] We are talking about a specific type of notice relating to a specific program, right?
[52:00.680 --> 52:02.080]  Right.
[52:02.080 --> 52:08.080] Read that first and then look and see if it references you somewhere else generally.
[52:08.080 --> 52:18.600] All right, we'll do that, third question.
[52:18.600 --> 52:22.820] John was mentioning something at the beginning of class when he was hosting the introduction
[52:22.820 --> 52:25.800]  to your class about a program.
[52:25.800 --> 52:27.400] I got nothing to do with that.
[52:27.400 --> 52:28.600] You want to talk about that?
[52:28.600 --> 52:29.600]  Call John.
[52:29.600 --> 52:31.600] Okay, all right, very good.
[52:31.600 --> 52:39.000] All right, I want to be able to be a representative, and how can I go about being a...
[52:39.000 --> 52:40.000]  Call John.
[52:40.000 --> 52:41.000] ...represent, yeah.
[52:41.000 --> 52:42.000]  All right.
[52:42.000 --> 52:43.000]  Okay.
[52:43.000 --> 52:49.280] Well, other than that, the gun entry deal, I think when I purchase a seminar, I get 10
[52:49.280 --> 52:50.280]  entries in automatically.
[52:50.280 --> 52:51.280]  Is that still...
[52:51.280 --> 52:55.880] If the fundraiser is still going on for that, but you need, well, I don't think it is though.
[52:55.880 --> 52:57.880]  I think that's already gone.
[52:57.880 --> 52:58.880]  Okay.
[52:58.880 --> 53:01.880]  But I'll check and find out.
[53:01.880 --> 53:02.880]  All right.
[53:02.880 --> 53:03.880]  Okay.
[53:03.880 --> 53:04.880]  All right.
[53:04.880 --> 53:05.880]  Anything else I have?
[53:05.880 --> 53:09.320] I'll shoot you an email about any details about anything else, but yeah, I'm just frustrated
[53:09.320 --> 53:14.160] waiting to get the flash drive and having all the seminar material downloaded into the...
[53:14.160 --> 53:16.200]  Well, I did my part.
[53:16.200 --> 53:17.760] I got it on the flash drive.
[53:17.760 --> 53:18.760]  That's right.
[53:18.760 --> 53:19.760]  That's right.
[53:19.760 --> 53:23.960] Yeah, I'm just kind of frustrated that it's happening, both computers at the same time.
[53:23.960 --> 53:24.960]  All right.
[53:24.960 --> 53:25.960] ...on the fritz.
[53:25.960 --> 53:26.960]  All right.
[53:26.960 --> 53:27.960]  All right, Raider.
[53:27.960 --> 53:28.960]  Good night.
[53:28.960 --> 53:29.960]  All right.
[53:29.960 --> 53:30.960]  Good night.
[53:30.960 --> 53:31.960]  Good night.
[53:31.960 --> 53:32.960]  You too.
[53:32.960 --> 53:33.960]  All right.
[53:33.960 --> 53:34.960] Now we're going to JD in Texas.
[53:34.960 --> 53:35.960] JD, what do you got?
[53:35.960 --> 53:42.400] Well, first of all, as much as Raider gets on my damn last nerve, I think he may have
[53:42.400 --> 53:47.560] actually answered one of my questions through his little soliloquy here, but to get to the
[53:47.560 --> 53:55.280] point of the thing, as you know, I've been fighting this alleged speeding ticket and
[53:55.280 --> 53:59.920]  today...well, actually it's supposed to be...my parent's date was supposed to be tomorrow.
[53:59.920 --> 54:11.280] And so today I went down and I filed several documents, vacation of plea, not engaged in
[54:11.280 --> 54:18.600] transportation or commerce, dismissed for lack of impersonal jurisdiction, dismissed
[54:18.600 --> 54:26.200] for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and the waiver of council forms.
[54:26.200 --> 54:33.840] And I was pretty well sure in my mind that I was going to have to fight with the clerk
[54:33.840 --> 54:39.800] to get these things filed, but she was very gracious and just filed the stuff right away.
[54:39.800 --> 54:45.320] And I asked her, could you go ahead and file stamp each of my copies so I can have proof
[54:45.320 --> 54:51.320] that I did in fact appear in compliance with the promise to appear on my citation?
[54:51.320 --> 54:54.480] And she said, sure, no problem.
[54:54.480 --> 54:58.440] And I've got two copies of each of my forms.
[54:58.440 --> 55:04.220] And so she went and she did her thing and she came back up and as she's file stamping
[55:04.220 --> 55:09.200] and writing in the dates and times and whatnot, she's like, what are these?
[55:09.200 --> 55:15.720] And I said, well, these are my legal pleadings that I'm filing into the court record in relation
[55:15.720 --> 55:18.960] to a traffic citation that was issued against me.
[55:18.960 --> 55:27.960] And she's like, okay, so that means you plan to plead not guilty.
[55:27.960 --> 55:31.960] And I said, I'm not prepared to enter a plea at this time.
[55:31.960 --> 55:34.360] And I got to transcribe the audio.
[55:34.360 --> 55:35.600]  I did record the whole thing.
[55:35.600 --> 55:39.880] So I may be getting some things out of context, but in a nutshell, this is the way it went
[55:39.880 --> 55:40.880]  down.
[55:40.880 --> 55:47.280] And so she's going through and she's file stamping everything.
[55:47.280 --> 55:53.840] And so she says, well, where are you supposed to appear?
[55:53.840 --> 55:54.840]  What's your appearance date?
[55:54.840 --> 55:55.840]  I said, what's tomorrow?
[55:55.840 --> 55:59.880] Oh, so you plan on coming in tomorrow to enter a plea.
[55:59.880 --> 56:04.840] And I said, ma'am, I'm sorry, but are you the clerk of the court or are you the judge
[56:04.840 --> 56:05.840]  in this matter?
[56:05.840 --> 56:09.800] And she says, well, I mean, she kind of chuckled, well, I'm the clerk, of course.
[56:09.800 --> 56:15.480] I said, so when did the judge delegate his authority to you to take an entry plea into
[56:15.480 --> 56:17.760] the record concerning my case?
[56:17.760 --> 56:23.400] She said, I'm just telling you that if you don't enter a plea, you know, I'm just trying
[56:23.400 --> 56:25.080] to help you, blah, blah, blah, whatever.
[56:25.080 --> 56:28.320] You have to enter a plea or else there will be a citation issued on your behalf.
[56:28.320 --> 56:31.480]  I said, so are you saying it's a warrant or is it a citation?
[56:31.480 --> 56:33.480]  She says, no, it's just a citation.
[56:33.480 --> 56:36.240]  Basically, it's like another ticket.
[56:36.240 --> 56:42.560] I said, but I want to have proof here in these file stamp documents of my pleadings that
[56:42.560 --> 56:47.360] I did in fact appear in compliance with the promise to appear on the citation.
[56:47.360 --> 56:53.000] So you're saying that the judge will issue another citation based on false information
[56:53.000 --> 56:58.000] and purchase statements of probable cause to issue another statement, or I'm sorry,
[56:58.000 --> 56:59.000]  another citation.
[56:59.000 --> 57:02.120]  And she's like, no, it's not false statements.
[57:02.120 --> 57:03.640]  You did not enter a plea.
[57:03.640 --> 57:08.360] I said, man, can you show me the statute that requires me to enter a plea to you as a clerk
[57:08.360 --> 57:09.360]  of the court?
[57:09.360 --> 57:12.960]  And she's like, no, I can't.
[57:12.960 --> 57:18.360] And you know, we kind of went back and forth and kind of the same banter back and forth
[57:18.360 --> 57:23.800] for a little while until it gets to the point to where she flat out said, you know, well,
[57:23.800 --> 57:26.000] I'm not going to argue with you.
[57:26.000 --> 57:28.240] And as she was walking away, I said, well, thank you very much.
[57:28.240 --> 57:32.280] And I gathered my file stamp copies and I walked out.
[57:32.280 --> 57:35.920] And you have this clerk's full name, right?
[57:35.920 --> 57:39.760]  That's the one mistake I made, Eddie, is I didn't get that.
[57:39.760 --> 57:40.760]  Okay.
[57:40.760 --> 57:45.320] I'm sure, I'm sure it could be, there's only two ladies in there.
[57:45.320 --> 57:46.320]  I'm pretty sure I can get it.
[57:46.320 --> 57:49.600] Yeah, there may have only been two there, but there's no guarantee that only two work
[57:49.600 --> 57:50.600]  there.
[57:50.600 --> 57:55.360] Well, I understand, but I'm pretty sure I can get her name at some point.
[57:55.360 --> 57:56.360]  Okay.
[57:56.360 --> 57:57.360]  Oh, yes.
[57:57.360 --> 57:58.360]  All right.
[57:58.360 --> 58:03.000] Well, that being said, there are several things we wish to address about this.
[58:03.000 --> 58:05.920] Some of which I told you earlier, but I'm going to talk about them when we get back
[58:05.920 --> 58:10.240] on the other side of this break for the benefit of all.
[58:10.240 --> 58:16.360] One thing I will say before we go to break is if you recorded any of this interaction,
[58:16.360 --> 58:21.840] you need to transcribe that recording immediately and have it ready.
[58:21.840 --> 58:24.400] Go down and get a certified copy of it.
[58:24.400 --> 58:28.240] When you get it all transcribed and printed out, take it down with the proper juror ad
[58:28.240 --> 58:33.240] on it saying that this is a proper and accurate reproduction of what was said on such-and-such
[58:33.240 --> 58:36.640] date and such-and-such time, but we'll cover that in detail when I get back, so hang on
[58:36.640 --> 58:37.640]  just a second.
[58:37.640 --> 58:38.640]  All right, folks.
[58:38.640 --> 58:40.760] This is the Monday Night Rule of Law radio show.

[59:08.720 --> 59:14.640] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more

[01:01:14.960 --> 01:01:18.000] September 11 terrorist attacks, were finally released.
[01:01:18.000 --> 01:01:22.040] It turns out that the suppressed pages, redacted in parts, reveal circumstantial evidence of
[01:01:22.040 --> 01:01:27.520] ties among Saudi government officials, intelligence agents, and several of the 9-11 hijackers.
[01:01:27.520 --> 01:01:31.400] The report notes that the phone numbers found in the phone book of Abu Zubaydah, a detainee
[01:01:31.400 --> 01:01:35.440] currently held in Guantanamo, could be traced to a company in Denver, Colorado, connected
[01:01:35.440 --> 01:01:39.320] to the former Saudi ambassador to the US, Prince Bandar bin Sultan.
[01:01:39.320 --> 01:01:43.440] The report also plainly stated that, quote, while in the United States, some of the September
[01:01:43.440 --> 01:01:48.480] 11 hijackers were in contact with or received assistance from individuals who may be connected
[01:01:48.480 --> 01:01:49.800]  to the Saudi government.
[01:01:49.800 --> 01:01:54.920] Like Omar al-Bayyami, suspect Saudi intelligence agent who was allegedly in close contact with
[01:01:54.920 --> 01:02:00.320] the hijackers Nuwaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Midar, even giving them financial assistance during
[01:02:00.320 --> 01:02:03.480] their time in the United States and helping them find a place to live.
[01:02:03.480 --> 01:02:12.400] Only time will tell how these not-so-new revelations will affect US-Saudi relations.
[01:02:12.400 --> 01:02:16.920] Friday's failed coup d'etat in Turkey led President Rasip Tayyip Erdogan to order the
[01:02:16.920 --> 01:02:21.520] detention of some 6,000 people, half of which were military personnel who were involved
[01:02:21.520 --> 01:02:23.080]  in the failed overthrow.
[01:02:23.080 --> 01:02:27.040] Critics of Erdogan are concerned that this will simply provide a pretext for a crackdown
[01:02:27.040 --> 01:02:31.680] on his political opponents, especially since addressing a crowd in Istanbul, Erdogan said
[01:02:31.680 --> 01:02:35.640] that he's seeing that this attempt actually was a gift from God, because it gives him
[01:02:35.640 --> 01:02:38.400] an opportunity to clean out the armed forces.
[01:02:38.400 --> 01:02:42.680] Turkey's Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag says that the cleansing will continue and expects
[01:02:42.680 --> 01:02:44.200] more people to be detained.
[01:02:44.200 --> 01:02:49.360] Turkish Prime Minister Deniz Yildirim put the death toll at 230 people, 100 of which
[01:02:49.360 --> 01:02:53.480] were involved in the coup itself, and the others were civilians caught in the political
[01:02:53.480 --> 01:02:54.480]  crossfire.
[01:02:54.480 --> 01:03:01.480] This is Rick Rohde with your lowdown for July 18th, 2016.
[01:03:54.480 --> 01:04:23.200] Alright folks, we are back, this is Rule of Law Radio, calling number is 512-646-1984
[01:04:23.200 --> 01:04:25.360] and we are talking with JD in Texas.
[01:04:25.360 --> 01:04:29.000] Alright JD, what else did you have to add to that?
[01:04:29.000 --> 01:04:35.520] Well, the one thing I wanted to add to that was during our conversation between the clerk
[01:04:35.520 --> 01:04:42.720] and I back and forth about entering a plea, I asked her what statute requires that I enter
[01:04:42.720 --> 01:04:43.720]  a plea.
[01:04:43.720 --> 01:04:44.720]  I don't know.
[01:04:44.720 --> 01:04:52.000] Well, anyway, as we go on, and I said, well, when will the judge be able to review the
[01:04:52.000 --> 01:04:55.280] documents that I've filed into the court record?
[01:04:55.280 --> 01:05:01.400] Well, if you enter a plea of guilty or no contest, the judge cannot do anything.
[01:05:01.400 --> 01:05:05.080] He cannot look at anything until you enter a plea.
[01:05:05.080 --> 01:05:07.520]  And that's a ball-faced lie.
[01:05:07.520 --> 01:05:15.120] In fact, that's a denial of due process, because the entering of a plea waves due process rights
[01:05:15.120 --> 01:05:20.760] which you're trying to reserve by making special appearance in your written motions.
[01:05:20.760 --> 01:05:28.600] This is what I'm saying about the process has been re-engineered outside of proper procedure
[01:05:28.600 --> 01:05:34.280] to get you to waive fundamentally protected rights without even knowing that you've done
[01:05:34.280 --> 01:05:35.300]  so.
[01:05:35.300 --> 01:05:41.880] This is exactly what the process they're telling you that you have to follow is meant to do.
[01:05:41.880 --> 01:05:44.200]  So here's the deal.
[01:05:44.200 --> 01:05:48.840] First and foremost, if you recorded this little conversation between you and this clerk, you
[01:05:48.840 --> 01:05:51.080]  need to transcribe it.
[01:05:51.080 --> 01:05:55.380] After you have it transcribed, you make sure you put a proper jurat on it.
[01:05:55.380 --> 01:05:58.880] Use one of them out of one of the motions since everything that we file is a verified
[01:05:58.880 --> 01:06:01.800] pleading the jurat in there will work just fine.
[01:06:01.800 --> 01:06:08.560] Put that on the bottom of the transcription, go to a notary and get it notarized as a true
[01:06:08.560 --> 01:06:13.260] and correct copy of the conversation that occurred on such and such date and such and
[01:06:13.260 --> 01:06:19.440] such time between your name and this clerk, okay?
[01:06:19.440 --> 01:06:25.120] And make sure you try to get the clerk's name and put in the correct name.
[01:06:25.120 --> 01:06:29.360] Now you can make copies of that notarized document.
[01:06:29.360 --> 01:06:31.400]  Don't ever give away that original.
[01:06:31.400 --> 01:06:34.200]  Keep that original, okay?
[01:06:34.200 --> 01:06:39.600] Make copies of that notarized transcription and file those with the other documents I
[01:06:39.600 --> 01:06:44.720] told you about today and those documents are as follows.
[01:06:44.720 --> 01:06:50.680] What you're gonna do is you're gonna file judicial conduct complaints against the judge.
[01:06:50.680 --> 01:06:56.720] Even though you did not see or talk to the judge, the judge is responsible for everything
[01:06:56.720 --> 01:07:05.640] that goes on in that court, including what the clerks do or do not do in their duties.
[01:07:05.640 --> 01:07:11.640] They are responsible for the policies and procedures that those clerks operate by.
[01:07:11.640 --> 01:07:17.400] They are responsible for those policies and procedures violating law or the rights of
[01:07:17.400 --> 01:07:19.080]  the accused.
[01:07:19.080 --> 01:07:22.640] All of that falls on the judge's head.
[01:07:22.640 --> 01:07:28.760] So we are going to judicially conduct complain the judge while pointing the finger for the
[01:07:28.760 --> 01:07:35.080] complaint at the clerk, okay?
[01:07:35.080 --> 01:07:38.520] And hopefully two things are gonna happen.
[01:07:38.520 --> 01:07:40.600] This judge is gonna get sanctioned.
[01:07:40.600 --> 01:07:51.400] This clerk is gonna get fired and this policy is going to get changed because of it, okay?
[01:07:51.400 --> 01:07:56.880] Now along with the judicial conduct complaint for each and everything they did wrong, which
[01:07:56.880 --> 01:08:03.640] was denied you access to the courts by refusing to consider your pleadings after they were
[01:08:03.640 --> 01:08:12.440] filed, ignoring proper procedure and refusing to recognize that you had complied with the
[01:08:12.440 --> 01:08:20.100] citation for your appearance, threatening you with punitive measures of being issued
[01:08:20.100 --> 01:08:28.400] another citation because you refused to waive your protected due process rights, and the
[01:08:28.400 --> 01:08:34.960] clerk was guilty of giving legal advice, which he's not allowed to do.
[01:08:34.960 --> 01:08:40.500] The clerk was guilty of impersonating a judicial officer for the purpose of conducting an official
[01:08:40.500 --> 01:08:46.000] judicial proceeding and presiding over said proceeding so as to take a plea and enter
[01:08:46.000 --> 01:08:49.960]  it upon the record.
[01:08:49.960 --> 01:08:58.360] We are going to complain that the judge delegated authority unlawfully, judicial authority unlawfully,
[01:08:58.360 --> 01:09:03.880] to a mere clerk of the court to act in his stead for the purpose of performing judicial
[01:09:03.880 --> 01:09:06.520]  functions.
[01:09:06.520 --> 01:09:08.400] You got that list now?
[01:09:08.400 --> 01:09:10.200]  I do.
[01:09:10.200 --> 01:09:15.360] Then we are going to take copies of each one of those judicial conduct complaints and we
[01:09:15.360 --> 01:09:20.440] are going to attach a copy of this transcript conversation to it.
[01:09:20.440 --> 01:09:26.800] And in the complaint, you are gonna reference what page and what line backs up the allegation
[01:09:26.800 --> 01:09:31.040] we're making, or what group of lines, what series of lines on what page.
[01:09:31.040 --> 01:09:32.040]  You get it?
[01:09:32.040 --> 01:09:33.040]  Right, right.
[01:09:33.040 --> 01:09:41.120] Then you're going to take all of that, bundle it up, and attach it to a motion to disqualify
[01:09:41.120 --> 01:09:43.920] this judge from sitting in your case.
[01:09:43.920 --> 01:09:48.500]  Oh, come on, man, that's what I like.
[01:09:48.500 --> 01:09:53.560] And you're going to cite each and every one of those grounds and the violations of the
[01:09:53.560 --> 01:10:00.800] judicial canons as your basis for disqualification.
[01:10:00.800 --> 01:10:05.080] And in each and every one of your judicial conduct complaints, you are going to request
[01:10:05.080 --> 01:10:14.560] that the judge be sanctioned and potentially removed for misconduct from the bench.
[01:10:14.560 --> 01:10:17.720] It is time to fight back, people.
[01:10:17.720 --> 01:10:21.040] They have given us the hammer.
[01:10:21.040 --> 01:10:24.120] We just have to start trying to use it.
[01:10:24.120 --> 01:10:27.800]  Well, see, that's exactly where I'm at.
[01:10:27.800 --> 01:10:33.960] I'm at the point anywhere I don't care so much about getting my case dismissed, my little
[01:10:33.960 --> 01:10:38.480]  whatever $200 alleged speeding ticket dismissed.
[01:10:38.480 --> 01:10:40.920]  I don't even care about that at this point.
[01:10:40.920 --> 01:10:44.640] What I care about is I want to see the judge go down.
[01:10:44.640 --> 01:10:47.040] I want to see his hide and nail him.
[01:10:47.040 --> 01:10:49.760] Well, this is where we start with doing that.
[01:10:49.760 --> 01:10:56.000] The judge is liable for the actions of that clerk because nothing that that clerk does
[01:10:56.000 --> 01:10:59.120]  gives that judge immunity.
[01:10:59.120 --> 01:11:07.160] Nothing that that judge does as the administrator of that court gives him any immunity.
[01:11:07.160 --> 01:11:11.360] Now there is one other thing you need to file immediately.
[01:11:11.360 --> 01:11:16.600] You need to send in certified mail return receipt request at a public information request
[01:11:16.600 --> 01:11:23.280] asking for a copy of the internal policies and procedures for the processes within that
[01:11:23.280 --> 01:11:28.240] court and the duties of the clerks associated with said policies.
[01:11:28.240 --> 01:11:30.240]  Okay.
[01:11:30.240 --> 01:11:35.040] Get a copies of that policy and procedure manual, a copy of any delegated orders or
[01:11:35.040 --> 01:11:40.260] anything for any of the clerks to perform certain functions and all of those supporting
[01:11:40.260 --> 01:11:44.160] records and then go after them.
[01:11:44.160 --> 01:11:46.760]  Okay.
[01:11:46.760 --> 01:11:52.840] Well, I am recording this radio show so I can have it immediately.
[01:11:52.840 --> 01:11:55.840] So whenever you said immediately, I'm glad of that.
[01:11:55.840 --> 01:11:58.000] So I can come back and get on with it.
[01:11:58.000 --> 01:12:01.600] Well, the reason you want to file the PIR immediately is because they've got up to 10
[01:12:01.600 --> 01:12:03.160] days to respond to it.
[01:12:03.160 --> 01:12:05.440] So you want to get that as quickly as you can.
[01:12:05.440 --> 01:12:06.440]  Okay.
[01:12:06.440 --> 01:12:14.720] Well, one of the first things that I did when I come back home from this appearance, which
[01:12:14.720 --> 01:12:18.960] it went better than I thought in some ways and worse than others.
[01:12:18.960 --> 01:12:19.960]  I didn't know what to expect.
[01:12:19.960 --> 01:12:22.800] It was my first time really pushing this thing.
[01:12:22.800 --> 01:12:26.240] But one of the first things I did consider when I came home was I started getting to
[01:12:26.240 --> 01:12:27.240]  the similar material.
[01:12:27.240 --> 01:12:31.400] I was like, okay, I'm going to have all the examples of how to disqualify a judge, all
[01:12:31.400 --> 01:12:32.400]  the forms.
[01:12:32.400 --> 01:12:36.840] I knew that judge could be disqualified because I knew there had to be some kind of way.
[01:12:36.840 --> 01:12:39.680]  I just didn't know how or what.
[01:12:39.680 --> 01:12:47.960] But one of the questions is if they issue me another citation, I've got two file stamp
[01:12:47.960 --> 01:12:56.120] copies that this clerk hand wrote, obviously the date and time, on each of the copies of
[01:12:56.120 --> 01:13:01.480] five different documents that I've filed in the court.
[01:13:01.480 --> 01:13:08.240] And I've told her before, during the conversation, I said, how can you or how can the judge issue
[01:13:08.240 --> 01:13:13.440] a citation for failure to appear when I have these file stamp copies in my hand that prove
[01:13:13.440 --> 01:13:14.920]  that I did appear?
[01:13:14.920 --> 01:13:19.880] So you're going to say that he's going to issue a false citation or a citation based
[01:13:19.880 --> 01:13:23.640] upon false information or false statements against me?
[01:13:23.640 --> 01:13:27.080] She says, well, that's not false because you didn't enter a plea.
[01:13:27.080 --> 01:13:28.480]  So I do have that.
[01:13:28.480 --> 01:13:35.400] So how can I use that as, I mean, is that enough sufficient evidence to say that I did
[01:13:35.400 --> 01:13:36.400]  in fact appear?
[01:13:36.400 --> 01:13:37.400]  First question.
[01:13:37.400 --> 01:13:42.160] You have a stamp from the clerk of the court showing you were there on or before the date
[01:13:42.160 --> 01:13:49.320] and time on the citation and filing pleadings under that citation, right?
[01:13:49.320 --> 01:13:50.880]  Right.
[01:13:50.880 --> 01:13:51.880] What else do you need?
[01:13:51.880 --> 01:13:54.440]  Well, that's kind of what I thought.
[01:13:54.440 --> 01:13:58.600] But when they kept saying that, well, these things are just going to sit in a file and
[01:13:58.600 --> 01:13:59.600]  do you...
[01:13:59.600 --> 01:14:08.840] No, that may be their process, but their process violates law and your right of due process.
[01:14:08.840 --> 01:14:12.640]  Okay.
[01:14:12.640 --> 01:14:21.280] Whenever she did say that though, that unless I enter a plea of no contest or not guilty,
[01:14:21.280 --> 01:14:25.640] she said, well, your documents were just, and I have here, I've got some handwritten
[01:14:25.640 --> 01:14:26.640]  notes.
[01:14:26.640 --> 01:14:27.640]  Okay.
[01:14:27.640 --> 01:14:28.640]  I understand what she said.
[01:14:28.640 --> 01:14:30.000]  We've got what she said.
[01:14:30.000 --> 01:14:35.400] That's why I'm saying you're going to go after the judge by pointing the finger at the clerk
[01:14:35.400 --> 01:14:37.720]  for having said it.
[01:14:37.720 --> 01:14:41.700] The clerk said that this is the way they do things.
[01:14:41.700 --> 01:14:48.360] The only way the clerk would have the authority to establish this as the policy of this office
[01:14:48.360 --> 01:14:54.120] is through the proper commission to do so by the judge.
[01:14:54.120 --> 01:14:59.300] The judge has sanctioned this action.
[01:14:59.300 --> 01:15:01.120]  You can't make any other presumption.
[01:15:01.120 --> 01:15:08.380] The clerk's not allowed to operate on their own outside of law or direction of the judge.
[01:15:08.380 --> 01:15:14.360] So if that is the policy in that court, the judge is liable for that policy, no matter
[01:15:14.360 --> 01:15:17.120]  who's telling you that that's how they're going to do it.
[01:15:17.120 --> 01:15:18.120]  Right.
[01:15:18.120 --> 01:15:22.200] That was, I guess, which comes back to whenever I asked her who delegated to you or when did
[01:15:22.200 --> 01:15:26.120] the judge delegate to you this authority and she couldn't answer.
[01:15:26.120 --> 01:15:27.120]  Right.
[01:15:27.120 --> 01:15:33.240] But does that relieve the judge of the requirement to know that his clerks are acting outside
[01:15:33.240 --> 01:15:34.240]  of law?
[01:15:34.240 --> 01:15:36.240]  Not at all.
[01:15:36.240 --> 01:15:37.480]  Bingo.
[01:15:37.480 --> 01:15:42.240] He is just as liable as if he told them to do it.
[01:15:42.240 --> 01:15:43.240]  Right.
[01:15:43.240 --> 01:15:50.600] See, my question, though, too, though, is if you file any kind of a pleading into any
[01:15:50.600 --> 01:15:57.720] kind of a case or whatever, I mean, isn't it, like, aren't they required to at least
[01:15:57.720 --> 01:15:58.720]  look at it?
[01:15:58.720 --> 01:16:01.480] Because she said, is she going to sit in this file until you plead?
[01:16:01.480 --> 01:16:04.720] I mean, you would think that at some point in time, they're going to look up my file
[01:16:04.720 --> 01:16:09.160] and say, this guy did not appear, they're going to look into the file and they're going
[01:16:09.160 --> 01:16:10.920]  to get these documents.
[01:16:10.920 --> 01:16:15.360] I mean, how would that portion of the process work out?
[01:16:15.360 --> 01:16:18.560] Because you would think that they would have to at least see what I...
[01:16:18.560 --> 01:16:22.600] When you file these judicial conduct complaints, you're going to show that you appeared on
[01:16:22.600 --> 01:16:26.480] such and such date and such and such time and you're going to show them the stamped
[01:16:26.480 --> 01:16:29.200] page of the motion you filed.
[01:16:29.200 --> 01:16:36.200] And you're going to put that in with that verified transcript of the recording referencing
[01:16:36.200 --> 01:16:41.000] that please see attached page, blah, blah, blah, from motion, blah, blah, blah, where
[01:16:41.000 --> 01:16:45.240] the clerk said that even though I've got a file stamp copy proving I was there, it didn't
[01:16:45.240 --> 01:16:46.240]  matter.
[01:16:46.240 --> 01:16:47.240]  Okay.
[01:16:47.240 --> 01:16:48.240]  Okay?
[01:16:48.240 --> 01:16:53.480] Link all this stuff that you've got in your hands together to show this is exactly what
[01:16:53.480 --> 01:16:55.440]  happened and it's wrong.
[01:16:55.440 --> 01:16:56.440]  Hang on just a second, folks.
[01:16:56.440 --> 01:17:19.000]  We'll be right back after
[01:17:19.000 --> 01:17:39.440]  a look at

[01:18:00.280 --> 01:18:04.880] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area
[01:18:04.880 --> 01:18:09.440] of nutrition. People feed their pets better than they feed themselves, and it's time
[01:18:09.440 --> 01:18:15.680] we changed all that. Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment
[01:18:15.680 --> 01:18:20.840] is good nutrition. In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated and
[01:18:20.840 --> 01:18:27.520] mutilated, Young Jevity can provide the nutrients you need. Logos Radio Network gets many requests
[01:18:27.520 --> 01:18:32.480] to endorse all sorts of products, most of which we reject. We have come to trust Young
[01:18:32.480 --> 01:18:38.920] Jevity so much, we became a marketing distributor along with Alex Jones, Ben Fuchs and many
[01:18:38.920 --> 01:18:45.720] others. When you order from logosradionetwork.com, your health will improve as you help support
[01:18:45.720 --> 01:18:51.600] quality radio. As you realize the benefits of Young Jevity, you may want to join us.
[01:18:51.600 --> 01:18:56.840] As a distributor, you can experience improved health, help your friends and family, and
[01:18:56.840 --> 01:19:03.840] increase your income. Order now.
[01:19:26.840 --> 01:19:43.840] I was blindsided, but now I can see your plan. You put the fear in my pockets, took the money
[01:19:43.840 --> 01:20:10.840] from my hand. Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. Ain't gonna fool me.
[01:20:10.840 --> 01:20:17.840] Ain't gonna drop me with that same old sucker punch. I get it now, but then I must have
[01:20:17.840 --> 01:20:18.840]  it now.
[01:20:18.840 --> 01:20:24.520] All right, folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio and we're about to wrap up with
[01:20:24.520 --> 01:20:31.120] JD in Texas. All right, JD. Anyway, like I was saying, you're going to take all of those
[01:20:31.120 --> 01:20:36.080] pieces of information and documents that you've got. You're going to reference each one in
[01:20:36.080 --> 01:20:39.960] the complaint and in the motion to disqualify and so on and so forth. You're going to touch
[01:20:39.960 --> 01:20:46.600] on all those same points. The transcript of the conversation is going to point to the
[01:20:46.600 --> 01:20:52.240] page where you've got the file stamp copy that shows you filed that pleading in the
[01:20:52.240 --> 01:20:56.540] court on that date and that time. And you're going to provide a copy of the citation that
[01:20:56.540 --> 01:21:01.560] shows this is my on or before date on citation, blah, blah, blah, to which these pleadings
[01:21:01.560 --> 01:21:06.800] relate and so on and so forth. And you're going to note all of that in your transcript
[01:21:06.800 --> 01:21:13.600] as well as in your complaints. And then you're going to file all that as an individual set
[01:21:13.600 --> 01:21:20.400] of complaints and one fully documented and supported motion to disqualify.
[01:21:20.400 --> 01:21:28.040] Okay. So the motion to disqualify will have all of the elements that was going on with
[01:21:28.040 --> 01:21:30.800] the judge did wrong in that one motion.
[01:21:30.800 --> 01:21:38.960] Yeah. You're going to cite each complaint and the basis for each complaint as an individual
[01:21:38.960 --> 01:21:46.680] fact requiring disqualification in your motion. But remember that you have to show that if
[01:21:46.680 --> 01:21:54.000] this fact and this fact being true, then respondent firmly believes the judge is in violation
[01:21:54.000 --> 01:21:57.920] of this judicial canon, this judicial canon and this statute and this statute and this
[01:21:57.920 --> 01:21:58.920]  statute.
[01:21:58.920 --> 01:22:13.880] All right. Okay. Okay. I see that point now. Now, my one last question for you is if they
[01:22:13.880 --> 01:22:20.760] issue, as they said, a citation for me for the failure to appear so-called.
[01:22:20.760 --> 01:22:25.360] Then you have an additional judicial conduct complaint and evidence of falsifying a government
[01:22:25.360 --> 01:22:33.280] record. I say, let them do it because now you can take that and go directly to the Texas
[01:22:33.280 --> 01:22:39.000] Rangers and prove that this court is tampering with government records.
[01:22:39.000 --> 01:22:49.680] Wow. Okay. So basically the right thing to do was to walk out of that court and say,
[01:22:49.680 --> 01:22:53.480] thank you very much. And just leave after she done said that this is what's going to
[01:22:53.480 --> 01:22:59.080] happen and walked away herself. And instead of, hey, I didn't know she was trying to push
[01:22:59.080 --> 01:23:00.360]  me in the internet.
[01:23:00.360 --> 01:23:04.360] There is no reason that you should have to stand around and watch the person putting
[01:23:04.360 --> 01:23:12.320] the noose around their neck actually jump. But that's what she did. And she's taking
[01:23:12.320 --> 01:23:13.320]  the judge with her.
[01:23:13.320 --> 01:23:22.560] Well, that's good to know then. Because like I said, I don't care so much about how I'll
[01:23:22.560 --> 01:23:23.840]  pay the $200.
[01:23:23.840 --> 01:23:28.520] No, you won't. Because if you do, this entire point is moot here.
[01:23:28.520 --> 01:23:34.080] Well, what I'm saying is the $200, what I'm trying to say is the $200, supposedly, whatever
[01:23:34.080 --> 01:23:39.440] that they want me to charge me for it, that don't mean nothing to me. I can pay that way.
[01:23:39.440 --> 01:23:43.240] But to me, it's like, I want to do this because I want to see the judge hang. I want to see
[01:23:43.240 --> 01:23:46.120] the judge follow the rule of law.
[01:23:46.120 --> 01:23:52.480] Well, that ain't going to happen this year or probably even the next year.
[01:23:52.480 --> 01:23:57.120] Because you're assuming that they would actually know what that is. And they, just like everybody
[01:23:57.120 --> 01:24:01.760] else, don't bother to take the time to read anything. And if they do read it, they don't
[01:24:01.760 --> 01:24:08.320] take the time to try and actually understand it. They read it out of context because they
[01:24:08.320 --> 01:24:13.560] don't know exactly what I told you in class. What was that big word I put up there, in
[01:24:13.560 --> 01:24:14.560]  what?
[01:24:14.560 --> 01:24:15.560]  Impersonal?
[01:24:15.560 --> 01:24:24.000] No, the other one. When I told you that you have to look at all of the statutes that relate
[01:24:24.000 --> 01:24:29.160]  to a specific subject, what's that called?
[01:24:29.160 --> 01:24:31.920]  I can't say it's like, it's impartium or...
[01:24:31.920 --> 01:24:32.920]  Inparamateria.
[01:24:32.920 --> 01:24:36.120] Paramateria, yeah, something like that.
[01:24:36.120 --> 01:24:42.280] Inparamateria statutes. They don't do it that way. They read this one statute out of context
[01:24:42.280 --> 01:24:49.480] with all the other statutes dealing with the same subject. That's why you have to know
[01:24:49.480 --> 01:24:54.640] the imperamateria relationship better than they do. So when they try to do that, you
[01:24:54.640 --> 01:24:58.280] can say, Judge, I believe you're taking it out of context because if what you're saying
[01:24:58.280 --> 01:25:03.280] is true, that makes these three over here completely false. Are you saying that these
[01:25:03.280 --> 01:25:06.280]  three are false?
[01:25:06.280 --> 01:25:13.280]  Yeah, I got you. I got you.
[01:25:13.280 --> 01:25:14.280]  All right.
[01:25:14.280 --> 01:25:23.040] All right. Well, at least I feel better about it now because I thought that maybe I've kind
[01:25:23.040 --> 01:25:27.200] of screwed up in some kind of way by the way things went down today, but it looks like
[01:25:27.200 --> 01:25:28.200]  I still have...
[01:25:28.200 --> 01:25:32.720] The only thing you could have screwed up on at this point was to not have recorded that.
[01:25:32.720 --> 01:25:37.960] Well, the main thing I screwed up on is not getting the clerk's name that I was talking
[01:25:37.960 --> 01:25:40.640] to and as soon as I left the place, I was kicking him out.
[01:25:40.640 --> 01:25:46.360] Yeah, but that can be remedied, okay? Not getting a recording of that initial interaction can
[01:25:46.360 --> 01:25:48.160]  never be remedied.
[01:25:48.160 --> 01:25:53.360]  Right, 10-4.
[01:25:53.360 --> 01:26:02.600] Okay. So don't confuse simple mistakes with total screw ups. The total screw up would
[01:26:02.600 --> 01:26:05.200]  have been not recording.
[01:26:05.200 --> 01:26:13.520] Yeah, I made it very... I walk in and there's signs all over the place, no cell phones,
[01:26:13.520 --> 01:26:17.320] and of course I'm recording on my dead gum cell phone. So I'm like, okay, I'm just pretending
[01:26:17.320 --> 01:26:23.360] like I'm dumb, whatever, until I'm playing on Facebook, whatever, but I got my recording
[01:26:23.360 --> 01:26:27.360] app up and ready to go until she says, all right, next. And so I hit record, stuck in
[01:26:27.360 --> 01:26:33.000] my shirt pocket, which it never goes there. And so I had to play stupid because I was
[01:26:33.000 --> 01:26:40.520] aware of that, that I had to get a recording of some sort. And so I am happy about that.
[01:26:40.520 --> 01:26:45.240] But again, the more I go through this process, the less intimidated I'm getting and the more
[01:26:45.240 --> 01:26:51.320] mistakes I see that I could have, should have done this and that, whatever. And we're just
[01:26:51.320 --> 01:26:58.760] going to see how it goes, but the process hasn't really been as traumatic as what I
[01:26:58.760 --> 01:27:04.160] first expected it was going to be. It's just, how much do you want it, I guess? I don't
[01:27:04.160 --> 01:27:08.640] know, but how much do you know? And of course I'm studying and learning as much as I can,
[01:27:08.640 --> 01:27:09.640]  but...
[01:27:09.640 --> 01:27:12.960] Yeah. And that's what I tried to tell everybody in class yesterday. If you don't take the
[01:27:12.960 --> 01:27:18.120] time and effort to learn what you need to learn, don't be surprised when you get your
[01:27:18.120 --> 01:27:21.520]  butt handed to you.
[01:27:21.520 --> 01:27:29.480] Well, I'll admit that on the Summary Material, there's the script for exactly what I did
[01:27:29.480 --> 01:27:37.920] about submitting pleadings into the court. And I've only looked at it for what? How long?
[01:27:37.920 --> 01:27:42.160] We got 10 days or whatever it is. So I haven't seen it for very long. So I just made a point
[01:27:42.160 --> 01:27:50.880] to not memorize verbatim, but memorize the points of what it's trying to say. And I didn't
[01:27:50.880 --> 01:27:55.680] get everything into that script, but maybe it should have could have, but I kind of knew
[01:27:55.680 --> 01:28:03.440] the points that I needed to address. And I think I did okay. I mean, I was up until I
[01:28:03.440 --> 01:28:08.480] got out of the truck reading the script, walking into the courtroom, reading the script, putting
[01:28:08.480 --> 01:28:12.400] down, putting the seat, locked the door, going to the courtroom and then go just trying to
[01:28:12.400 --> 01:28:22.160] make it fresh in my mind, you know, but preparation is everything. I do say that, but I mean,
[01:28:22.160 --> 01:28:26.920] I knew that the things were going on, that they were violating my due process rights.
[01:28:26.920 --> 01:28:32.160] And I do believe that there's somewhere, I think some federal statute that once due process
[01:28:32.160 --> 01:28:36.760] rights are violated, the whole case is null and void. I think I heard...
[01:28:36.760 --> 01:28:43.640] I don't know. The court has lost jurisdiction, but the way they're currently operating that
[01:28:43.640 --> 01:28:47.640] determination doesn't get made until you're in the appeals process.
[01:28:47.640 --> 01:28:49.720]  Oh, okay. Okay.
[01:28:49.720 --> 01:28:54.680] The trial court acts like no harm, no foul, or we're not going to admit to any harm and
[01:28:54.680 --> 01:28:59.720] therefore there is no foul. And then the appellate court goes, well, there was a foul and there
[01:28:59.720 --> 01:29:05.360] is a harm. So that's the way they're doing it. Rather than the case law that does actually
[01:29:05.360 --> 01:29:12.560] say that court immediately lost jurisdiction. It's not a later on issue. It's an immediate
[01:29:12.560 --> 01:29:13.560]  issue.
[01:29:13.560 --> 01:29:19.960] Right. Well, you know what? As we've talked about this, you and I had a conversation a
[01:29:19.960 --> 01:29:24.920] while back where I was talking about this specific judge, it's the same judge. If you
[01:29:24.920 --> 01:29:31.400] recall that I told you that we could overhear him talking to the prosecutor saying, don't
[01:29:31.400 --> 01:29:35.840] let them off with this and that. They're going to tell you this and that. And you had a whole
[01:29:35.840 --> 01:29:41.000] different... It's the same judge. So apparently there is a pattern here of misconduct from
[01:29:41.000 --> 01:29:42.000]  this judge.
[01:29:42.000 --> 01:29:47.480] Yeah. And you're going to use what I've already given you to get rid of that judge and hopefully
[01:29:47.480 --> 01:29:48.480]  permanently.
[01:29:48.480 --> 01:29:53.560] Hi, JD. I got a break here. Hang on just a minute. All right, folks. We'll be right
[01:29:53.560 --> 01:30:00.960] back on the other side. So y'all hang on.
[01:30:00.960 --> 01:30:05.360] We all like a nice fitting outfit that flatters the figure, but would you strip buck naked
[01:30:05.360 --> 01:30:10.160] in front of total strangers to get that perfect look? I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll
[01:30:10.160 --> 01:30:15.320] be back in a moment with the facts on a freaky futuristic fitting room.
[01:30:15.320 --> 01:30:19.680] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back
[01:30:19.680 --> 01:30:25.280] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:30:25.280 --> 01:30:31.440] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. Privacy,
[01:30:31.440 --> 01:30:36.600] it's worth hanging onto. This public service announcement is brought to you by Startpage.com,
[01:30:36.600 --> 01:30:43.680] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with Startpage.
[01:30:43.680 --> 01:30:47.960] You know that nakedizing X-ray machine at the airport, the one that strips you nude
[01:30:47.960 --> 01:30:54.040] so TSA agents can scrutinize you in your birthday suit? Talk about an invasion of privacy. Well,
[01:30:54.040 --> 01:30:59.040] soon you could have that same humiliating experience voluntarily at your local mall
[01:30:59.040 --> 01:31:04.120] if a company called Unique Solutions has its way. The company has licensed backscatter
[01:31:04.120 --> 01:31:09.320] X-ray machines for use in clothing store fitting rooms. The idea is to give staff a thorough
[01:31:09.320 --> 01:31:14.800] gander at your contours to help them select the perfect outfit for your size and shape.
[01:31:14.800 --> 01:31:18.640] They've already installed the machines at the nation's largest mall, the King of Prussia
[01:31:18.640 --> 01:31:23.280] Mall outside of Philadelphia. But I'm betting most customers will be camera shy.
[01:31:23.280 --> 01:31:31.520] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:31:31.520 --> 01:31:36.880] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[01:31:36.880 --> 01:31:42.320] The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded
[01:31:42.320 --> 01:31:46.240] it was a controlled demolition. Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their
[01:31:46.240 --> 01:31:50.840] lives. Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying. I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:31:50.840 --> 01:31:53.880]  I'm a structural engineer. I'm a New York City Correctional Officer. I'm an Air Force
[01:31:53.880 --> 01:31:58.920] pilot. I'm a father who lost his son. We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. Go to

[01:33:09.760 --> 01:33:38.600] All right, folks. We are back. Rule of Law Radio, and we are talking with JD. All right,
[01:33:38.600 --> 01:33:44.040] JD. I got a call board full here. So what else we got to wrap up for you?
[01:33:44.040 --> 01:33:48.400] All right. Well, I'm just going to wrap it up real fast. I'm just going to say that as
[01:33:48.400 --> 01:33:53.840] we go through this process, as we learn more, I heard a football coach say one time that
[01:33:53.840 --> 01:34:00.880] fatigue is the infigator or fatigue makes cowards of everyone. I think that it should
[01:34:00.880 --> 01:34:06.920] be ignorance because the more I'm going through this, the more I'm not even intimidated as
[01:34:06.920 --> 01:34:12.480] much as I was. And I appreciate the help, Eddie. And now that I know where I'm going
[01:34:12.480 --> 01:34:19.160] and how to apply this and what I can and cannot do and how to defend my rights, I think everyone
[01:34:19.160 --> 01:34:22.400] should be involved with this and everyone should do their due diligence. I'm going to
[01:34:22.400 --> 01:34:28.320] leave it alone. But Eddie, I thank you. And I want to get off of here so other people
[01:34:28.320 --> 01:34:34.120] can do their thing. So I do appreciate you. All right. Well, thanks for calling in, man.
[01:34:34.120 --> 01:34:42.240] All right. Good luck. Thank you. Yep. All right. Now we have Mauricio in Texas. Mauricio,
[01:34:42.240 --> 01:34:49.640] what can we do for you? Hey, Eddie, how are you doing? Long time no see. Yeah, doing good.
[01:34:49.640 --> 01:34:54.640] Hadn't seen you in class. Hoping everything was all right, would you? Oh yeah. Just trying
[01:34:54.640 --> 01:35:02.600] to get everything set up but down here. Eddie, I went in and put in the notice of appeal,
[01:35:02.600 --> 01:35:10.200] the motion for new trial. And on July 14th, I received a letter from a quote unquote Judge
[01:35:10.200 --> 01:35:22.920] Timothy J. McCoy. And let me see here. All matters set out in Article 28.1 CCP will be
[01:35:22.920 --> 01:35:31.720] considered and announcements made at the pre-trial hearing. So I essentially, I guess I got the
[01:35:31.720 --> 01:35:39.080] new motion, the new trial. Is that what this letter would be? Well, what is in the statutes
[01:35:39.080 --> 01:35:45.040] he referenced? Oh, I read it here. Let me pull it up again real quick. You said it was
[01:35:45.040 --> 01:36:02.720] 28 what? 28.01 of the Code of Criminal Procedures. Code of Criminal Procedure. Yes, sir. Here
[01:36:02.720 --> 01:36:16.200] it is. Pre-trial. Motions, pleadings, and acceptance. All right. Now, what court is
[01:36:16.200 --> 01:36:23.040] this judge in? He is in a county court of law. Okay. This is your de novo. This is your
[01:36:23.040 --> 01:36:29.520] appeal. This is not the original trial court. Okay, okay. Not unless this is the same court
[01:36:29.520 --> 01:36:34.760] you had your trial in. No, sir. I had it in the Justice of the Peace Court. Yeah. This
[01:36:34.760 --> 01:36:39.880] is your de novo. Okay, good. Good, good, good, good. So you're going to, you're starting
[01:36:39.880 --> 01:36:44.800] at ground zero again, but you're still going to challenge the original jurisdiction of
[01:36:44.800 --> 01:36:51.280] the original trial court, thus challenging the jurisdiction of the county court at law
[01:36:51.280 --> 01:36:57.560] since it can't get jurisdiction if the original court never had jurisdiction. Which led to
[01:36:57.560 --> 01:37:05.760] my question, would I put in the constitutional motion? Well, what argument are you attempting
[01:37:05.760 --> 01:37:17.120] to use? Well, if I could go back to the illegal application of the Senate Bill 971, and if
[01:37:17.120 --> 01:37:21.000] I can't get anywhere through there, well, then I'll go through the argument of not engaged
[01:37:21.000 --> 01:37:28.080] in transportation and go back to the original case where I had the officer admit that he
[01:37:28.080 --> 01:37:33.960] never asked for a bill of lading. Well, that's your line of questioning at trial. Okay. The
[01:37:33.960 --> 01:37:40.000] other stuff as far as the constitutional challenge motion, dealing with the unconstitutionality
[01:37:40.000 --> 01:37:45.280] of the enactment itself and the misapplication and misinterpretation of the statute, that's
[01:37:45.280 --> 01:37:50.320] all, all three of those are already in the constitutional challenge motion. So yes, you
[01:37:50.320 --> 01:37:56.800] can file that, but you also need to file your affidavit once again, not engaged in transportation,
[01:37:56.800 --> 01:38:04.840] your waiver of counsel, your declination to plea, and so on and so forth. Now, you may
[01:38:04.840 --> 01:38:13.840] want to go take a look at my blog. I posted a new article up there on what you need to
[01:38:13.840 --> 01:38:18.280] put in a challenge to the court when it comes to, let me see what the name of the article
[01:38:18.280 --> 01:38:25.200] here is, motions challenging jurisdiction. And in there, there are two different forms
[01:38:25.200 --> 01:38:31.360] of motions, one challenging subject matter and one challenging impersonal. You may want
[01:38:31.360 --> 01:38:36.920] to go ahead and take the example stuff I've got in there and do up an additional motion
[01:38:36.920 --> 01:38:41.000] for each of those challenges and file that as well.
[01:38:41.000 --> 01:38:49.000] Yes, sir. Okay. Got you. Got you there. Another quick question that I make. At the bottom
[01:38:49.000 --> 01:38:55.080] it says here, the pre-trial docket calling, it is up to the party filing the motion to
[01:38:55.080 --> 01:39:01.000] contact the court just for a setting. And underneath that, it's got trial for August
[01:39:01.000 --> 01:39:02.000]  15th.
[01:39:02.000 --> 01:39:07.180] Okay. You need to confirm that date and time. That's what they've got set for your trial.
[01:39:07.180 --> 01:39:12.280] So if you still need to do any discovery that wasn't granted to you or you didn't do at
[01:39:12.280 --> 01:39:17.880] the original trial, now's the time to file a motion for discovery to get it.
[01:39:17.880 --> 01:39:23.080] Okay. Got you. Also, would it be, well...
[01:39:23.080 --> 01:39:27.520] But just remember, every motion needs to be filed under special appearance.
[01:39:27.520 --> 01:39:34.600] Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Could I also probably get away with a different extension because
[01:39:34.600 --> 01:39:39.200] I have to go out of state for about a week and a half?
[01:39:39.200 --> 01:39:43.560] You can try. You have to file a verified motion for continuous. That means it's got to be
[01:39:43.560 --> 01:39:48.360] signed in front of a notary about what the reason is you're requesting the continuance
[01:39:48.360 --> 01:39:50.040]  and how long.
[01:39:50.040 --> 01:39:51.120]  Okay.
[01:39:51.120 --> 01:39:55.400] You can file one. That's not a guarantee that they will grant it. So you need to make sure
[01:39:55.400 --> 01:39:58.440] it's granted before you act on it.
[01:39:58.440 --> 01:40:03.280] Right. Because it also, in the letter here, it says all motions for considerations on
[01:40:03.280 --> 01:40:10.440] part of the defense must be sworn by the defendant himself and required by under Article 29.08.
[01:40:10.440 --> 01:40:17.920] Yeah. You have to file verified pleadings, which we do anyway.
[01:40:17.920 --> 01:40:22.880] Now when I read that one, the 29.08, it mentioned something about religious holidays or something
[01:40:22.880 --> 01:40:28.480] like that. And that... I don't know that it... I don't know what else that...
[01:40:28.480 --> 01:40:30.840] That has to do with the measure of time.
[01:40:30.840 --> 01:40:34.400]  Okay. Okay. That's where I was missing that.
[01:40:34.400 --> 01:40:39.960] Okay. Now, the other thing you're going to need to file is along with... You're going
[01:40:39.960 --> 01:40:44.480] to challenge the form and substance of the complaint because it never alleged that you
[01:40:44.480 --> 01:40:50.440] were engaged in transportation. And you're going to file additionally a motion to suppress
[01:40:50.440 --> 01:40:57.000] all information obtained by the officer, including name, address, date of birth, everything related
[01:40:57.000 --> 01:41:01.640] to that on the grounds that the officer did not comply with 38.22 while you were in a
[01:41:01.640 --> 01:41:08.360] custodial arrest, and that the arrest itself without warrant was illegal because the officer
[01:41:08.360 --> 01:41:12.760] never had probable cause based upon reasonable suspicion.
[01:41:12.760 --> 01:41:13.760]  Gotcha.
[01:41:13.760 --> 01:41:18.960] Or I'm sorry, never had probable cause based upon specific articulable facts to believe
[01:41:18.960 --> 01:41:22.200] you were engaged in transportation. Sorry, I'm trying to think of two things at once
[01:41:22.200 --> 01:41:23.440]  here.
[01:41:23.440 --> 01:41:28.440] And all of that is covered in the example statements on the blog article I told you
[01:41:28.440 --> 01:41:29.440]  go look at.
[01:41:29.440 --> 01:41:35.440] Yes, sir. Will do. When I get on the phone with you, I'm going to be pulling that up
[01:41:35.440 --> 01:41:46.960] and reading that. Okay. And the other motions that would be in the traffic seminar, correct?
[01:41:46.960 --> 01:41:52.280] Everything will be in there from before, but now the motions that I've posted the article
[01:41:52.280 --> 01:41:56.680] about don't exist, you have to adapt it to one of the existing motions to be written
[01:41:56.680 --> 01:42:03.640] that way. So use the form, one of the existing motions as a template, and then remove the
[01:42:03.640 --> 01:42:07.600] middle portion that does all the discussion and insert the stuff that we're talking about
[01:42:07.600 --> 01:42:09.080]  here from the article.
[01:42:09.080 --> 01:42:11.680]  Yes, sir. Okay.
[01:42:11.680 --> 01:42:12.680]  Okay.
[01:42:12.680 --> 01:42:20.040] That's pretty much it. Man, I appreciate it. Thank you so much. And hopefully, beginning
[01:42:20.040 --> 01:42:23.600] to get somewhere around there, I'll be able to see you guys again.
[01:42:23.600 --> 01:42:24.600]  Okay.
[01:42:24.600 --> 01:42:26.880] All right, Eddie. Thank you, brother. You be safe.
[01:42:26.880 --> 01:42:27.880]  You too. Good luck.
[01:42:27.880 --> 01:42:28.880]  Yes, sir.
[01:42:28.880 --> 01:42:35.000] Bye bye. All right. Now we have Scott in California. Scott, what can we do for you?
[01:42:35.000 --> 01:42:37.480]  Hey, Eddie. How's it going today?
[01:42:37.480 --> 01:42:38.480]  Going great.
[01:42:38.480 --> 01:42:42.760]  That's good. That's good. Hey, Eddie. I just got a pretty quick question.
[01:42:42.760 --> 01:42:47.160] Excuse me just a second, Scott. Are you on a speakerphone by any chance?
[01:42:47.160 --> 01:42:48.160]  No.
[01:42:48.160 --> 01:42:52.840] Okay. Can you adjust your distance from your receiver then? Because you're still sounding
[01:42:52.840 --> 01:42:54.840]  like you're at the bottom of a can.
[01:42:54.840 --> 01:42:55.840]  Oh, okay. Maybe.
[01:42:55.840 --> 01:42:58.880] All right. There you go. Wherever you're at.
[01:42:58.880 --> 01:43:06.000] Okay. Okay. Let me find our way with the first question. I remember a while back, I called
[01:43:06.000 --> 01:43:15.480] Dan and he said, you and I are trying to find the law where it says that it's illegal for
[01:43:15.480 --> 01:43:20.680] law enforcement to use the emergency lights to pull somebody over or what is called declaring
[01:43:20.680 --> 01:43:22.360]  a false emergency.
[01:43:22.360 --> 01:43:24.760]  I don't know that there is any such law.
[01:43:24.760 --> 01:43:33.960] Yeah, that's it. But then I called in and you said it looked like the USP Title 8 something.
[01:43:33.960 --> 01:43:39.240] Yeah, but that has to do with federal transportation and stuff. Doesn't have anything to do with
[01:43:39.240 --> 01:43:42.240]  the local agencies.
[01:43:42.240 --> 01:43:50.760] Okay. Hang on, Scott. I got a break here and then I'll pick you up on the other side. Okay?
[01:43:50.760 --> 01:43:51.760]  Okay.
[01:43:51.760 --> 01:43:55.840] All right, folks. This is Rule of Law Radio. We're coming up to a break. So y'all hang
[01:43:55.840 --> 01:43:59.160] on there. We got just one segment to go.
[01:43:59.160 --> 01:44:03.560] Do you feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics?
[01:44:03.560 --> 01:44:04.560]  Boring.
[01:44:04.560 --> 01:44:07.400] Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve?
[01:44:07.400 --> 01:44:08.400]  What?
[01:44:08.400 --> 01:44:13.560] Well, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity. Hi, my name
[01:44:13.560 --> 01:44:17.760] is Steve Holt. And like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with stupidity
[01:44:17.760 --> 01:44:22.480] at an early age. I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost
[01:44:22.480 --> 01:44:27.880] every home in America, the television. Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching
[01:44:27.880 --> 01:44:32.400] stupidity. But there is hope. The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands
[01:44:32.400 --> 01:44:36.920] of other Foxaholics suffering from sports zombieism recover. And because of Brave New
[01:44:36.920 --> 01:44:43.040] Books, I now enjoy reading and watching educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested.
[01:44:43.040 --> 01:44:50.400] So if you or anybody you know suffers from stupidity, then you need to call 512-480-2503
[01:44:50.400 --> 01:44:54.640]  or visit them at 1904Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com.

[01:46:26.360 --> 01:46:53.840] Alright folks, we are back and we are talking to Scott in California. Alright Scott, let's
[01:46:53.840 --> 01:47:01.720] continue. Okay, second question is, I was pulled over down in Orange County, California
[01:47:01.720 --> 01:47:12.160] and make a long story short. I signed the citation, UCCI 207-307. Well, it'd be good
[01:47:12.160 --> 01:47:19.720] if your information was current. 1-207 is now 1-308. Okay, okay. Yeah, I think I put
[01:47:19.720 --> 01:47:28.960] that on that citation. But the, the officer had told me that if I didn't sign it according
[01:47:28.960 --> 01:47:33.360] to the way it's on my license, I could be arrested. And I just wanted to know, have
[01:47:33.360 --> 01:47:38.280] you heard anything about that? No, how you sign your signature is none of his business.
[01:47:38.280 --> 01:47:42.000] He doesn't get to control and dictate what your signature is and you're free to change
[01:47:42.000 --> 01:47:56.560] it anytime you want. Okay. All right. And the, the first thing is, when, when I go to
[01:47:56.560 --> 01:48:02.600] court, cause I never pay, I never post bail before the trial. Well, that's because there
[01:48:02.600 --> 01:48:10.360] can't be bail in a civil infraction. Bail is for crimes. Right. Well, you know, California,
[01:48:10.360 --> 01:48:15.440] you know, they try to get you to give them a check before. Well, they always try to get
[01:48:15.440 --> 01:48:19.240] your money in California. That's just the way of the world out there. Lie, cheat and
[01:48:19.240 --> 01:48:25.320] steal as best you can. But you do understand the civil infraction argument about the transportation
[01:48:25.320 --> 01:48:30.360] stuff out there, correct? Correct. And you have been to the blog site to look at the
[01:48:30.360 --> 01:48:41.000] articles dealing with civil infractions, right? Right. Okay. Okay. Um, so when normally I
[01:48:41.000 --> 01:48:44.800] get before the judge, when they call me before the judge, you know, the judge asks me, you
[01:48:44.800 --> 01:48:48.880] know, how do you, okay, let's get this correct. The administrative hearing officer who is
[01:48:48.880 --> 01:48:57.560] not really in any way, shape or form a judge. Right. Correct. Okay. And well, here's the
[01:48:57.560 --> 01:49:03.360] commissioner. Right. Uh, which is the same thing as an administrative hearing officer.
[01:49:03.360 --> 01:49:08.560] Right. But you know, they, they ask, they say, well, how do you plead? And you know,
[01:49:08.560 --> 01:49:16.200] I, I always, well, here's, here's the thing too. To set up jurisdiction, I was told that
[01:49:16.200 --> 01:49:21.360] the best way is to say, your honor, at this time, I cannot enter a plea. Uh, but I'm here
[01:49:21.360 --> 01:49:25.720] to challenge the jurisdiction of the court under the common law. Now, is that the best
[01:49:25.720 --> 01:49:30.520] way to go or just get up before him and just say, I plead not guilty. Well, let me add,
[01:49:30.520 --> 01:49:36.080] no, you don't ever enter a plea. Obviously you haven't read all the articles on the blog.
[01:49:36.080 --> 01:49:40.480] There's one up there that tells you exactly what due process rights you're throwing right
[01:49:40.480 --> 01:49:47.840] in the trash can when you enter a plea. But let me ask you this. When have you ever seen
[01:49:47.840 --> 01:49:56.560] a civil case where either party was required to plead guilty or not guilty?
[01:49:56.560 --> 01:50:00.120]  Uh, never seen one.
[01:50:00.120 --> 01:50:06.560] Okay. Then how can you be required to enter a plea in relation to a civil infraction,
[01:50:06.560 --> 01:50:19.280] which the California court specifically says are not criminal. There is so much wrong with
[01:50:19.280 --> 01:50:27.640] the way California is doing this. It's not even funny. In fact, if you will hang on
[01:50:27.640 --> 01:50:31.360] a second, I'm going to bring somebody else on air with us. That's actually on the caller
[01:50:31.360 --> 01:50:36.840] board that actually does help people with this stuff in California. All right. Hang
[01:50:36.840 --> 01:50:40.640] on just a second. Let me get Kevin up here. Kevin, are you there?
[01:50:40.640 --> 01:50:44.760] Yeah, I'm right here. Can you hear me? Okay. I can hear you fine. Have you been hearing
[01:50:44.760 --> 01:50:46.720] any of this conversation so far?
[01:50:46.720 --> 01:50:53.600] Yeah, I heard what he's been saying. You know, the problem is that the police and the highway
[01:50:53.600 --> 01:51:02.320] patrol under the vehicle code in California, they're not to administer or enforce the
[01:51:02.320 --> 01:51:09.360] provisions of the code. Only the department of motor vehicles can do that. So as it says
[01:51:09.360 --> 01:51:16.440] around 1650, that if anybody in the department thinks that you're violating anything of
[01:51:16.440 --> 01:51:23.720] the vehicle code, that they're required to file a complaint against you themselves, right?
[01:51:23.720 --> 01:51:29.040] And they're required to give you an administrative hearing before they do that. And they never
[01:51:29.040 --> 01:51:38.200] do. And the next thing is, is that under 853.9 of the penal code, it says that if you plead
[01:51:38.200 --> 01:51:43.720] other than guilty or no lo contendere, the district attorney or the city attorney is
[01:51:43.720 --> 01:51:50.680] required to file a formal complaint against you. And they can't just enter a not guilty
[01:51:50.680 --> 01:51:55.680] plea for you. They have to go and file a criminal complaint against you. But here's the other
[01:51:55.680 --> 01:52:05.680] problem with that is in the California constitution, it says that all crimes shall be by an information
[01:52:05.680 --> 01:52:09.880] or indictment of a grand jury. And they skip that one all the time, because when are you
[01:52:09.880 --> 01:52:16.640] going to get 25 guys to find, you know, when are they going to get any coherence in trying
[01:52:16.640 --> 01:52:22.080] to find you guilty or not, you know, indict you or file an information against you? Well,
[01:52:22.080 --> 01:52:27.320] it's very hard for them. So what they like to do is they just like to go straight to
[01:52:27.320 --> 01:52:35.400] use the ticket that you get from the cop as a complaint, but that's in violation of 853.9
[01:52:35.400 --> 01:52:38.880] because you plead other than guilty or no. What does that mean?
[01:52:38.880 --> 01:52:43.360] Yeah. Well, there's another issue with that as well. If the county and district attorney
[01:52:43.360 --> 01:52:47.600] is the one that must file the complaint, the only complaints they can file are for criminal
[01:52:47.600 --> 01:52:51.960] cases. And these are civil infractions. They're not criminal at all.
[01:52:51.960 --> 01:52:57.120] Well, the whole, yeah, especially with that. But here's the problem is that they're treating
[01:52:57.120 --> 01:53:05.760]  everybody that's operating non-commercially in a criminally when it's actually a civil
[01:53:05.760 --> 01:53:10.960] matter because it's supposed to be enforced and administered by the department of motor
[01:53:10.960 --> 01:53:15.480] vehicles. So we got a problem with that right there. The second problem is that the district
[01:53:15.480 --> 01:53:19.960] attorney cannot file a criminal complaint. They're required to do an information or indictment
[01:53:19.960 --> 01:53:25.600] of a grand jury, which means they're out of a job if they follow the law and the constitution.
[01:53:25.600 --> 01:53:30.840] So that's what you do. You go down there and say that I'm going to plead other than guilty
[01:53:30.840 --> 01:53:35.640] or no law, and that I'm not going to plead anything until there's a criminal complaint
[01:53:35.640 --> 01:53:43.080] because how could I plead to an imaginary charge, right? Because the ticket is not the
[01:53:43.080 --> 01:53:49.840] charge. Okay. So I filed affidavit saying, well, look, I can't enter a plea because,
[01:53:49.840 --> 01:53:55.400] you know, I can't enter an imaginary plea because there's no complaint before me. So
[01:53:55.400 --> 01:54:01.760] until you do, you know, I can't enter a plea. So will the prosecutor please give me a complaint
[01:54:01.760 --> 01:54:07.160] if he wants to charge me with something. But then again, we got a problem because the constitution
[01:54:07.160 --> 01:54:13.400] requires an information or indictment of a grand jury. The next problem is, is that were
[01:54:13.400 --> 01:54:19.040] you operating commercially in California? I bet you weren't because even though you
[01:54:19.040 --> 01:54:26.920] had a plate on your car or let's say an expired tab or no license or a suspended license,
[01:54:26.920 --> 01:54:38.480] the vehicle code is quite clear out here what a commercial vehicle is. And under 260, 260
[01:54:38.480 --> 01:54:48.400] is a vehicle code. A says, what is it here? A commercial vehicle is a motor vehicle that
[01:54:48.400 --> 01:54:52.920] type required to be registered under this code when used or maintained for the transportation
[01:54:52.920 --> 01:55:00.000] of persons for higher compensation or profit or primarily for the transportation of property.
[01:55:00.000 --> 01:55:05.320] Then it goes to section B passenger vehicles and health cars that are not used for the
[01:55:05.320 --> 01:55:10.280] transportation of persons for higher compensation or profit or not commercial vehicles, which
[01:55:10.280 --> 01:55:16.080] means that they're not required to be registered. And that means that under 15, what was that
[01:55:16.080 --> 01:55:23.200] other one I quoted you 1500 where the administration of an enforcement of the vehicle code is to
[01:55:23.200 --> 01:55:28.080] be done by the department of motor vehicle? Well, they got a problem with that because
[01:55:28.080 --> 01:55:32.080]  it's because you're driving to the market. That doesn't mean that you're in a commercial
[01:55:32.080 --> 01:55:38.560] vehicle or a motor vehicle that they control. You're only in a commercial motor vehicle
[01:55:38.560 --> 01:55:43.480] when you're transporting for hire. So, you know, and it's just like this, I could call
[01:55:43.480 --> 01:55:48.960] up Eddie and say, Hey man, Eddie, I need a ride to the airport down there. And can you
[01:55:48.960 --> 01:55:55.200] give me a ride? Sure. For 50 bucks. Now he's going to have to have a license, right? No,
[01:55:55.200 --> 01:55:59.440] not if he's just compensating me for the use of the gas. I have to be, I have to be offering
[01:55:59.440 --> 01:56:04.720] that ride as a course of doing business, not simply to cover the cost of the gas or take
[01:56:04.720 --> 01:56:09.320] him as a guest or to have him compensate me for the time and effort. I have to be actually
[01:56:09.320 --> 01:56:16.000] running that as a business for that to apply. Right. So basically if he says, well, look,
[01:56:16.000 --> 01:56:21.800] I'm making 25 bucks an hour at the taxi cab company. Can you cover me for that? He would
[01:56:21.800 --> 01:56:28.040] be required to do that. But if he says, well, just pay for the gas. Well, that's not compensating,
[01:56:28.040 --> 01:56:32.280] you know, because that's just giving him something back that he already had, right? That he used
[01:56:32.280 --> 01:56:39.560] for your benefit. Exactly. It's not profit or gain. Right. So if he used five gallons
[01:56:39.560 --> 01:56:44.440] to go to the airport and back and I put in five and it cost me 20 bucks, well, that's
[01:56:44.440 --> 01:56:49.520] just what I got to pay, you know? But, you know, there's a lot of things out here, but
[01:56:49.520 --> 01:56:54.840] you can't be fooled by these judges out here in California because, you know, I filed a
[01:56:54.840 --> 01:56:59.760] lot of cases against those cops out there because they were doing wrong things. And
[01:56:59.760 --> 01:57:05.040] I filed in the federal court and they hated it, you know, and I did it every time. And
[01:57:05.040 --> 01:57:10.640] pretty soon they got me on a, a do not detain list on their computer down there when they
[01:57:10.640 --> 01:57:15.440] run my name. And it's like, holy cow, it's a hot potato once they finally run that thing.
[01:57:15.440 --> 01:57:21.720] But what you got to do is you got to file a complaint in their individual capacity against
[01:57:21.720 --> 01:57:27.920] the individual cops and the judge that's prosecuting you because they don't have the requirements
[01:57:27.920 --> 01:57:34.920] or the, you know, the, the basis for in-person jurisdiction or, you know, over your property
[01:57:34.920 --> 01:57:41.360] in rim. And therefore they're operating the process extra judicially, which means outside
[01:57:41.360 --> 01:57:46.600] of their capacity, being a judicial office, you know? So, you know, that's what you do.
[01:57:46.600 --> 01:57:52.000] You see every single damn cop that comes along your way and really nail them on that and
[01:57:52.000 --> 01:57:56.680] hold them to it. You know, and it's like, I had a cop, you know, several cops. I said,
[01:57:56.680 --> 01:58:01.120] well, lucky enough you, uh, I'm going to send you. He said, well, I've had a lot of guys
[01:58:01.120 --> 01:58:05.280] say that to me. Let's see what you got, pal. And I was just like, next week I get them
[01:58:05.280 --> 01:58:11.240] in the court. Well, you know, a month later and, uh, okay, Kev, I hate to cut you off.
[01:58:11.240 --> 01:58:15.720] I hate to cut you off and all this, man, but I am 30 seconds to out of time completely.
[01:58:15.720 --> 01:58:19.880] So guy, uh, Kev, I appreciate you talking about this so far, Scott, Kev, if it's all
[01:58:19.880 --> 01:58:23.840]  right with y'all, I'll hook y'all up. If y'all will send me an email, I'll put y'all in touch
[01:58:23.840 --> 01:58:28.840] with each other. Okay. Uh, Scott, you are a Kevin. You can call me after the show if
