[04:46.680 --> 04:54.040]  Alright, let's see, Sunday classes, we have far too few bodies in the Sunday classes.
[04:54.040 --> 05:01.560]  We have three or four people on average, the most we've had in almost a year has been like
[05:01.560 --> 05:04.320]  10 or 12, and that's just too few.
[05:04.320 --> 05:10.840]  That is by far too few people willing to learn the difference between what their rights are
[05:10.840 --> 05:15.880]  and what they think they are, and how to protect them.
[05:15.880 --> 05:28.680]  It astounds me to absolutely planetoid-sized levels how empty the class is based upon the
[05:28.680 --> 05:36.720]  number of people there are available to attend it who should want to know what's being done
[05:36.720 --> 05:38.440]  to them.
[05:38.440 --> 05:43.720]  It's just a testimony, in my opinion, to the sad state of affairs of American ignorance.
[05:43.720 --> 05:50.140]  I don't have a problem with what's happening around me, I don't care what's happening around
[05:50.140 --> 05:56.120]  me, I don't concern myself with it until, like the snake in the grass, it walks up and
[05:56.120 --> 06:00.340]  it bites me and then I must deal with it.
[06:00.340 --> 06:04.980]  That unfortunately is the mindset of far too many.

[06:07.860 --> 06:13.640]  That was one of the reasons this class came into existence, was to allow people a means

[06:14.640 --> 06:18.500]  So folks, if you've attended the class and you've appreciated anything you've learned
[06:18.500 --> 06:25.240]  in it, I beseech you to bring more people and to come back and attend yourself.
[06:25.240 --> 06:32.080]  Now granted, the class is not for everyone, and the reason I say that is the class is
[06:32.080 --> 06:37.080]  for people that are both willing to not only learn what their rights are, but those who
[06:37.080 --> 06:43.380]  are willing to exert them and the effort needed to protect them.
[06:43.380 --> 06:49.360]  This class is for those that are ready to stand against what is happening.
[06:49.360 --> 06:53.480]  It's really not going to do a whole lot for those that want to just get the information,
[06:53.480 --> 06:56.920]  but then go back home and settle down and say, oh yeah, I learned all about that.
[06:56.920 --> 07:01.580]  I'm not going to do anything about it, I'm not going to do anything with the information,
[07:01.580 --> 07:09.560]  I'm not going to encourage others to learn it, but I learned about it.
[07:09.560 --> 07:16.760]  If you can't and aren't willing to put it into practical application and practice, then
[07:16.760 --> 07:18.360]  the class is not for you.
[07:18.360 --> 07:25.620]  I hate to say it, but it's not, because I put this class together to try to teach people
[07:25.620 --> 07:33.120]  what I know so I'm not the only one that knows it, and at the same time, create the mindset
[07:33.120 --> 07:40.840]  and the drive to carry it into the world and apply it against those that are abusing their
[07:40.840 --> 07:41.840]  authority.
[07:41.840 --> 07:46.160]  Because it's the only way we're going to stop it and turn the tide of what's happening is
[07:46.160 --> 07:50.680]  to fight back, and we're not doing that.
[07:50.680 --> 07:59.160]  It just saddens me to no end to see how empty the class is, how devoid it is of people that
[07:59.160 --> 08:05.500]  care about what happens to them, to their family members, to their friends, to the rest
[08:05.500 --> 08:11.600]  of the members of their society and neighborhood and whatever.
[08:11.600 --> 08:18.300]  They're just apathetic about the whole thing.
[08:18.300 --> 08:22.440]  But one of the things that we did go over in class yesterday, and I've tried to go over
[08:22.440 --> 08:27.820]  as often as possible to help people understand, is we got back in the general discussion of
[08:27.820 --> 08:31.400]  where does governmental authority come from.
[08:31.400 --> 08:38.120]  Well, the Texas Constitution in Article I says very clearly where governmental authority
[08:38.120 --> 08:40.120]  comes from.
[08:40.120 --> 08:46.120]  Says it right in Article I, Section I and Section II, where all governmental authority
[08:46.120 --> 08:48.440]  in Texas comes from.
[08:48.440 --> 08:53.680]  And it comes from a delegation of powers from we the people.
[08:53.680 --> 08:59.400]  And it says that all political power to do that is inherent in the people.
[08:59.400 --> 09:02.080]  It's not inherent in the agencies of government.
[09:02.080 --> 09:05.020]  It's not inherent in their offices or departments.
[09:05.020 --> 09:09.240]  It's not inherent in the agents themselves.
[09:09.240 --> 09:15.560]  It is inherent in the people, and only we can delegate it.
[09:15.560 --> 09:17.560]  They can't.
[09:17.560 --> 09:25.320]  Nor can they assume a greater level of authority than that which we can and did delegate.
[09:25.320 --> 09:31.560]  Because to do so is to usurp a power we did not give them.
[09:31.560 --> 09:41.000]  Now if you strip all of the gloss and polish and sheen and hype and marketing off of government,
[09:41.000 --> 09:48.800]  government is left in a lump that was put together for one sole purpose.
[09:48.800 --> 09:56.840]  Out of everything else, government was designed to do one single thing.
[09:56.840 --> 10:10.480]  To exert collective force on behalf of an individual against one or more other individuals
[10:10.480 --> 10:20.280]  in order to obtain justice for a harm against the individual, their property, or their rights.
[10:20.280 --> 10:24.120]  Or to prevent same.
[10:24.120 --> 10:29.560]  They either have to prevent that harm or they are to subdue the person that perpetrated
[10:29.560 --> 10:34.320]  the harm and bring them to justice on behalf of the individual for the harm committed.
[10:34.320 --> 10:45.040]  In other words, government was created for the specific purpose of using collective force.
[10:45.040 --> 10:50.200]  Everything else is icing.
[10:50.200 --> 10:59.560]  The problem here is that government has usurped the use of collective force to its own ends
[10:59.560 --> 11:06.920]  rather than in service of the rights of the people.
[11:06.920 --> 11:15.320]  Government now exerts force for the specific purpose of creating its own mandates and subjugating
[11:15.320 --> 11:25.080]  those that are supposed to be superior to it in every single way.
[11:25.080 --> 11:33.400]  How many of you would stand for one of your servants, for lack of a better word, in your
[11:33.400 --> 11:37.880]  household, commandeering your household?
[11:37.880 --> 11:43.440]  How many of you would stand for a butler that says, I no longer work for you, I've been
[11:43.440 --> 11:49.680]  here for a year, therefore I now claim the authority to rule the house, take it away
[11:49.680 --> 11:56.120]  from you and dictate that you must pay me not only my salary but an additional fee for
[11:56.120 --> 12:02.680]  owning the property that I am taking and to live here?
[12:02.680 --> 12:05.900]  Would you stand for that?
[12:05.900 --> 12:11.080]  Would you stand for the gardener coming up and saying that he now is the only place where
[12:11.080 --> 12:17.360]  you can obtain permission and authority to use your car because he has to take care of
[12:17.360 --> 12:22.400]  the lawn on the property which includes trimming around the driveway and even handles some
[12:22.400 --> 12:27.200]  of the masonry work so that means he has to take care of paving the driveway even though
[12:27.200 --> 12:32.840]  you pay for all the materials and you pay him for his labor, he still gets to dictate
[12:32.840 --> 12:36.520]  whether or not you can use your car on the driveway.
[12:36.520 --> 12:39.880]  Would you stand for that?
[12:39.880 --> 12:44.920]  Would you stand for your children's nanny telling you that she has the right to take
[12:44.920 --> 12:49.440]  the children that you hired her to take care of out of your house because she doesn't like
[12:49.440 --> 12:52.080]  how you're raising them?
[12:52.080 --> 12:58.320]  She doesn't like what you teach them in home school or how they're getting trained in public
[12:58.320 --> 12:59.320]  school.
[12:59.320 --> 13:03.420]  Any reason she wants to cook up, she says she now has the authority because you appointed
[13:03.420 --> 13:07.840]  her caretaker to take the children out of your house and remove you as the guardian
[13:07.840 --> 13:10.440]  and she can take over.
[13:10.440 --> 13:18.160]  Folks, every single one of those examples is something that currently exists in what
[13:18.160 --> 13:22.840]  is supposed to be the people's servant government.
[13:22.840 --> 13:27.160]  The gardener is an example of the DMV and the DPS combined.
[13:27.160 --> 13:31.960]  The nanny is Child Protective Services and the courts.
[13:31.960 --> 13:37.440]  The butler is now government at every level, the legislature, the city councils, everybody
[13:37.440 --> 13:40.920]  that thinks they have the right to tell you what you can and cannot do with your property
[13:40.920 --> 13:45.940]  and that you have to pay them a tax to keep it.
[13:45.940 --> 13:51.960]  You wouldn't stand for any of that if they were living in your house.
[13:51.960 --> 13:59.040]  Why are you standing for any of that when they're living in your state?
[13:59.040 --> 14:01.400]  Why?
[14:01.400 --> 14:08.920]  Why are you so unwilling to become educated on what your rights are and what the limit
[14:08.920 --> 14:17.380]  of their power and authority actually is in order to curtail these abuses of power and
[14:17.380 --> 14:25.900]  these outright thefts of rights, property, and a way of life that has belonged to Americans
[14:25.900 --> 14:32.320]  since the very beginning?
[14:32.320 --> 14:38.240]  I just use Americans generally, but it belongs to everybody on the planet.
[14:38.240 --> 14:43.440]  See, we've gotten this concept, and this is one of my favorite lines out of a movie, Crocodile
[14:43.440 --> 14:53.600]  Dundee, when Wally's being interviewed by Sue Carlton, the New York paper reporter,
[14:53.600 --> 14:58.480]  and she asks him what he thinks about the dispute between the Australian government
[14:58.480 --> 15:07.640]  and the Aborigines over who owns the land, and he looks at her and he goes, well, I think
[15:07.640 --> 15:13.640]  it's kind of like two fleas arguing over who owns the dog they both live on.
[15:13.640 --> 15:19.120]  We're all so worried about immigration and keeping everybody in their own little part
[15:19.120 --> 15:26.360]  of the world and so on and so forth that we forget that we are, in essence, as free people,
[15:26.360 --> 15:35.040]  why do we insist that we as Americans are free, we're just not free to go to other countries
[15:35.040 --> 15:37.120]  without the other country's permission?
[15:37.120 --> 15:40.680]  Well, then you're not really free, are you?
[15:40.680 --> 15:45.020]  And you're certainly not free if you have to seek permission from your servants to go
[15:45.020 --> 15:49.420]  to another country, and you're certainly not free if you have to seek permission from your
[15:49.420 --> 15:55.880]  servants to get from your home to the airport that would allow you to get to the other country
[15:55.880 --> 16:01.980]  or to the shipyard or the dock or whatever it is you're going to use to travel there.
[16:01.980 --> 16:07.500]  You're certainly not free if you have to pay to keep what's rightfully yours from being
[16:07.500 --> 16:10.640]  taken by those that are supposed to be your servants.
[16:10.640 --> 16:16.360]  You're certainly not free if your servant says that I'm providing you all of these services
[16:16.360 --> 16:18.960]  whether you want them or not.
[16:18.960 --> 16:24.400]  You are not allowed to pick and choose and you will pay whatever I deem you will pay
[16:24.400 --> 16:31.840]  in order to cover the cost of those services and I don't care if you need them or not.

[16:38.240 --> 16:44.760]  And right now, I just shudder to think of the number of people in America and the world

[20:15.520 --> 20:25.040]  So let's start with just basic, simple principles of logic and human existence.
[20:25.040 --> 20:31.920]  One man on the earth alone wouldn't stand much of a chance against the predators of
[20:31.920 --> 20:35.880]  the earth because we weren't born with any form of real natural weapons other than our
[20:35.880 --> 20:36.880]  brain.
[20:36.880 --> 20:43.300]  We don't have claws, we don't have large teeth, we don't have super strength that could outdo

[20:45.000 --> 20:53.820]  What we do have is higher reasoning and we have the ability to think abstractly and outside
[20:53.820 --> 20:59.480]  of the moment in order to plan and prepare and to manufacture the things that we need
[20:59.480 --> 21:05.560]  – tools, weapons, whatever – that have allowed us to thrive and survive.
[21:05.560 --> 21:09.160]  No question about any of that.
[21:09.160 --> 21:18.360]  Can you imagine one hunter alone going out and trying to take on some of the predators
[21:18.360 --> 21:30.040]  of the day, especially if the predators travel in herds or groups?
[21:30.040 --> 21:37.880]  So men formed collectives, which was their tribes, their society, in order to combine
[21:37.880 --> 21:49.320]  their strength and their abilities to more easily make surviving a reality.
[21:49.320 --> 21:55.640]  And that concept of a society, a social group, has continued on through the ages.
[21:55.640 --> 21:59.500]  We see it in every facet of our society.
[21:59.500 --> 22:06.240]  We build cities and towns and villages and people collect together to live together in
[22:06.240 --> 22:09.800]  a social environment.
[22:09.800 --> 22:16.800]  Now the necessity of doing it for survival is not nearly to the degree it used to be,
[22:16.800 --> 22:19.560]  that's for certain.
[22:19.560 --> 22:27.240]  But even as short a time ago as the late 1800s, early 1900s, when there still were not major
[22:27.240 --> 22:31.680]  cities and large groups of people in lots of places like the territories and things
[22:31.680 --> 22:37.800]  like that, there were still people that were outnumbered by the enemies present in the
[22:37.800 --> 22:44.520]  area and they still had to fight and handle everything themselves in order just to survive.
[22:44.520 --> 22:52.400]  But as the towns grew and the population spread out more, that became easier to do too.
[22:52.400 --> 22:59.680]  So basically we've always grouped together not only to increase our chances of survival
[22:59.680 --> 23:08.480]  but to be able to exert force to resist somebody causing us to harm or to exert force to conquer
[23:08.480 --> 23:11.240]  somebody and cause them harm.
[23:11.240 --> 23:16.180]  That's generally the basic principles of human existence to date.
[23:16.180 --> 23:21.320]  We've never for the most part simply just lived together.
[23:21.320 --> 23:26.920]  Somebody's always waging war on somebody somewhere and trying to tell them that because I'm stronger
[23:26.920 --> 23:31.440]  you now are my subject.
[23:31.440 --> 23:36.520]  Well America was founded upon the entire concept of doing away with that.
[23:36.520 --> 23:43.040]  They were founded on the concept of saying, you know what, we're free people and we don't
[23:43.040 --> 23:49.280]  belong to anybody and no one has the right to rule us.
[23:49.280 --> 23:56.080]  Now we need still to have a collective method of protecting ourselves as individuals and
[23:56.080 --> 24:02.560]  as a collective but no one has the right to rule me.
[24:02.560 --> 24:07.080]  That's part of what the Articles of Confederation, the Declaration of Independence, all those
[24:07.080 --> 24:12.960]  founding documents that pre-existed the Constitution were all about.
[24:12.960 --> 24:16.560]  That's what they were all about.
[24:16.560 --> 24:22.080]  And now the very servants that those documents were used to create and establish and give
[24:22.080 --> 24:29.920]  powers and authority to have usurped the power to interpret those instruments in ways that
[24:29.920 --> 24:34.360]  take power out of the hands of the people and transfer it to the servant that was never
[24:34.360 --> 24:36.040]  meant to have it.
[24:36.040 --> 24:43.480]  And we sit by silently and allow it to go on.
[24:43.480 --> 24:47.340]  And it's not a recent thing.
[24:47.340 --> 24:52.000]  This has been going on since the existence of man.
[24:52.000 --> 24:55.760]  You give one person a little bit of power and it's not long before they're looking for
[24:55.760 --> 24:58.520]  a way to acquire more.
[24:58.520 --> 25:03.920]  Whether it be by hook or by crook, from the moment they have a taste of power and find
[25:03.920 --> 25:10.840]  how much they like it, they want more.
[25:10.840 --> 25:16.320]  And if you think that ain't the case, then you are not paying any attention to the kind
[25:16.320 --> 25:21.080]  of people that gravitate toward these political offices as they exist.
[25:21.080 --> 25:29.320]  These are some of the most narcissistic, self-loving, self-important, elitist individuals that think
[25:29.320 --> 25:33.360]  they are so much better than the rest of us it's not even funny.
[25:33.360 --> 25:37.080]  Now personally, I don't care how much money you have.
[25:37.080 --> 25:39.100]  Your money does not make you better than me.
[25:39.100 --> 25:41.280]  I don't care how popular you are.
[25:41.280 --> 25:45.040]  Your popularity does not make you as a human being better than me.

[36:32.720 --> 36:35.200]  right of that one is oncoming traffic.

[36:38.200 --> 36:44.640]  This woman is, is, um, now, now the, these two left turn lanes actually started.
[36:44.640 --> 36:48.960]  How many lanes do we start with before you get the two going left?

[36:50.960 --> 36:54.160]  It goes from two lanes to four lanes.

[38:48.640 --> 38:55.420]  The very corner of her car, sardine cans her the whole side of her own car because the
[38:55.420 --> 39:00.480]  edge of the bumper is kind of sticking out and there's a big heavy, uh, you know, just
[39:00.480 --> 39:04.680]  a heavy steel, uh, base member under the rubber.
[39:04.680 --> 39:05.680]  Right.

[39:06.680 --> 39:09.960]  So, uh, so she basically, she hits the corner of that and kind of sardine, sardine car,

[40:19.840 --> 40:23.780]  And what I'm saying is, is that there's a reason why they're not allowed to issue citations

[40:46.480 --> 40:47.480]  I went to the Rochester police.
[40:47.480 --> 40:49.960]  They told me, no, that part of town is Oakland County.
[40:49.960 --> 40:52.160]  So that was the Oakland County sheriff.
[40:52.160 --> 40:56.280]  And I looked at the ticket and it is from the Oakland County sheriff, but the, the,
[40:56.280 --> 41:01.100]  they corroborated, they said, yeah, we have to issue a ticket or a ticket has to be issued
[41:01.100 --> 41:02.100]  in this case.
[41:02.100 --> 41:07.400]  Then you should have asked them to verify that by what statute mandates the issuance
[41:07.400 --> 41:09.960]  of a ticket for something they didn't witness.
[41:09.960 --> 41:10.960]  Exactly.

[41:11.960 --> 41:16.160]  So, so a couple of questions.
[41:16.160 --> 41:21.680]  My wife, like I said, she's, you know, when she explained this over the phone to me, she

[41:47.640 --> 41:52.320]  at where everybody is and the big, and the kicker is where this left turn lane starts,
[41:52.320 --> 41:54.320]  it started 10 feet behind her.
[41:54.320 --> 41:59.720]  So, so she, you know, this, this left turn lane was actually a left turn lane for the
[41:59.720 --> 42:01.280]  opposite side.
[42:01.280 --> 42:04.880]  When you go further, I mean, she's traveling, she's traveling east.
[42:04.880 --> 42:09.520]  So further west, this now becomes a left turn lane for that side.
[42:09.520 --> 42:13.920]  You know, so, so again, this is, this is for the opposite flowing traffic, you know, behind
[42:13.920 --> 42:14.920]  her.
[42:14.920 --> 42:19.280]  So, um, if that kind of makes sense, I know it's real, real, real hard to picture.
[42:19.280 --> 42:22.680]  I had a hard time when she was trying to explain it to me over the phone.

[42:24.120 --> 42:28.120]  She woke me up to tell me this and it's like, Oh, that's okay.
