[00:51.000 --> 00:55.000] In the news, an investigation by Forensics Architecture.
[00:55.000 --> 01:01.000] A research project based at London's Goldsmiths University and New York-based C2 Research,
[01:01.000 --> 01:06.000] revealed that most drone attacks carried out by the CIA in Pakistan target private homes.
[01:06.000 --> 01:10.000] The drone strikes usually occur in the middle of the night when families are home and asleep.
[01:10.000 --> 01:15.000] The research showed 61% of drone strikes in Pakistan target domestic buildings,
[01:15.000 --> 01:20.000] and more than 132 houses have been destroyed in at least 380 strikes.
[01:20.000 --> 01:26.000] Out of the 1,500 killed, more than 200 were innocent civilians.
[01:26.000 --> 01:32.000] A report by The Guardian reveals the NSA struggled to meet the demands of an unprecedented number of FOIA requests
[01:32.000 --> 01:35.000] following documents released by Edward Snowden.
[01:35.000 --> 01:40.000] Top officials reportedly discussed ways to fend off journalists, advocacy groups, and individuals
[01:40.000 --> 01:48.000] who bombarded the agency with over 5,000 Freedom of Information Act requests between June 5th through June 12th of last year.
[01:48.000 --> 01:54.000] The agency only received 800 such requests during the same period the previous year.
[01:54.000 --> 02:00.000] And the 62nd Bilderberg meeting is set to take place from May 29th through June 1st in Copenhagen, Denmark.
[02:00.000 --> 02:04.000] Bilderberg's press release detailed this year's official talking points,
[02:04.000 --> 02:10.000] which include privacy, intelligence sharing, China's political and economic outlook, and other current events.
[02:10.000 --> 02:16.000] In attendance will be 140 participants from 22 countries who maintain high-level positions in finance,
[02:16.000 --> 02:22.000] academia, and media, along with a diverse group of politicians and experts from various industries.
[02:22.000 --> 02:27.000] The group has fallen under scrutiny, though, due to the secrecy that surrounds the annual closed-door meeting.
[02:27.000 --> 02:33.000] Support for Liberty Week comes from The Cory Moore Show by Friday night, 9 o'clock Central, at Corymoreshow.com.
[02:33.000 --> 02:39.000] And support comes from Roberts & Roberts Brokerage, Inc., specializing in precious metals since 1977.
[02:39.000 --> 02:44.000] They don't feed the banks by taking credit cards, but you can bet they take bitcoin.
[02:44.000 --> 02:50.000] You can buy them online at rrbi.co or by phone 800-874-9760.
[02:50.000 --> 02:54.000] This is the Liberty Beat for Friday, May 30th, 2014.
[02:54.000 --> 03:22.000] Check out the website at thelibertybeat.com.
[03:24.000 --> 03:26.000] Check!
[03:54.000 --> 04:10.000] This is the Liberty Beat for Friday, May 30th, 2013.
[04:10.000 --> 04:11.000] Check!
[04:11.000 --> 04:22.000] This is the Liberty Beat for Friday, May 30th, 2014.
[04:22.000 --> 04:32.000] Howdy howdy, this is Randy Kelton, Steve Skidmore, Rule of Law Radio on this Friday, May the
[04:32.000 --> 04:35.000] 30th, 2014.
[04:35.000 --> 04:41.480] We're close to the middle of another year already.
[04:41.480 --> 04:49.240] And today we have a special guest, Carol from Indiana.
[04:49.240 --> 04:59.040] And Carol we've had on before and she talked about an issue over which we got more response
[04:59.040 --> 05:04.000] than we have gotten to anything in a long time.
[05:04.000 --> 05:12.440] She apparently discovered things going on behind the scenes that frankly were relatively
[05:12.440 --> 05:15.360] new to me.
[05:15.360 --> 05:23.000] And I wanted to bring her on early this time so we could go through this in somewhat more
[05:23.000 --> 05:25.280] detail than we did last time.
[05:25.280 --> 05:26.280] Hello Carol.
[05:26.280 --> 05:30.880] Oh, hold on just a second.
[05:30.880 --> 05:31.880] There we go.
[05:31.880 --> 05:32.880] Got to unmute her.
[05:32.880 --> 05:33.880] I did, I did.
[05:33.880 --> 05:34.880] Okay.
[05:34.880 --> 05:35.880] Hello Miss Carol.
[05:35.880 --> 05:41.600] I messed up right at the beginning of the show.
[05:41.600 --> 05:44.360] It seems like it.
[05:44.360 --> 05:49.120] We got it out of the way.
[05:49.120 --> 05:50.120] Okay.
[05:50.120 --> 05:54.200] It seems like we're having some issues with Carol.
[05:54.200 --> 05:57.240] Let me check just a second here.
[05:57.240 --> 06:02.000] I'm not supposed to be doing this on the air.
[06:02.000 --> 06:08.480] We may have her up in a minute, it's just a minor glitch.
[06:08.480 --> 06:19.320] She was looking into her daughter's foreclosure issue and found that the local constabulary
[06:19.320 --> 06:34.760] okay, found that the local constabulary was playing fast and loose with some of the, Steve
[06:34.760 --> 06:36.840] will you explain that?
[06:36.840 --> 06:40.480] I'm trying to get Carol up here at the same time.
[06:40.480 --> 06:48.880] As best I can recollect, there's people at all levels of local government there are involved
[06:48.880 --> 06:57.960] in mortgage fraud, including the sheriff's department, other local officials.
[06:57.960 --> 07:07.600] Carol's, her daughter had gotten a loan on for a house and then when Carol started looking
[07:07.600 --> 07:12.760] into it, she'd not gotten just a loan, but three loans and when she really started digging
[07:12.760 --> 07:20.040] in, I believe if memory serves, there were more than three loans.
[07:20.040 --> 07:27.160] There were nine properties, I believe, that were involved in this debacle and it's my
[07:27.160 --> 07:35.200] belief that it all comes back down to the securitization market, default swaps, international
[07:35.200 --> 07:37.320] securities fraud.
[07:37.320 --> 07:43.360] By uncovering this, she really has, in my opinion, she's really kind of left herself
[07:43.360 --> 07:51.760] vulnerable because these are the kinds of things that the establishment doesn't want
[07:51.760 --> 07:52.760] exposed.
[07:52.760 --> 07:58.720] Okay, kind of, she's swimming around in the deep end of the pool.
[07:58.720 --> 08:01.720] She is swimming around in the deep end of the pool, yes.
[08:01.720 --> 08:06.920] Do we have Carol with us yet?
[08:06.920 --> 08:13.600] Looks like we're having a bit of an issue on our bridge, so no we don't.
[08:13.600 --> 08:16.680] Let's go ahead, we should have her up here shortly.
[08:16.680 --> 08:24.720] Well, when you dig into these kinds of goings on, you tend to make yourself kind of vulnerable
[08:24.720 --> 08:34.880] because when you get down to the big picture, you start seeing the behind the scenes stuff,
[08:34.880 --> 08:38.400] you kind of tend to become a target.
[08:38.400 --> 08:44.440] If these people are going to commit this level of crime, I don't think there's anything
[08:44.440 --> 08:49.000] they would do to silence someone and keep them from exposing it.
[08:49.000 --> 08:53.600] So I think it's very, very important that we get to help them.
[08:53.600 --> 08:58.240] Do you say would do or wouldn't do?
[08:58.240 --> 08:59.240] They would not.
[08:59.240 --> 09:05.800] Yeah, they wouldn't do, yeah.
[09:05.800 --> 09:09.200] There's nowhere, there's no stop button.
[09:09.200 --> 09:16.880] Once you start into this kind of fraud, into this level of corruption, there's no stopping
[09:16.880 --> 09:17.880] it.
[09:17.880 --> 09:26.080] You've kind of started yourself on a path of no return and we find this quite often
[09:26.080 --> 09:31.680] with a lot of politicians that they put themselves on a path of no return.
[09:31.680 --> 09:36.840] They're owned by the establishment because once you're in, they've got the goods on you
[09:36.840 --> 09:43.200] and if you turn tail- There's nowhere, there's no stop, but once
[09:43.200 --> 09:50.200] you start into this kind of fraud, into this level of corruption, there's no stopping it.
[09:50.200 --> 09:59.920] You've kind of started yourself on a path of no return and we find this quite often
[09:59.920 --> 10:04.920] with a lot of politicians that they put themselves on a path of no return.
[10:04.920 --> 10:10.280] There's like almost a minute delay on it.
[10:10.280 --> 10:16.960] When we say there's a delay before it goes out on the air, that's in case we make a little
[10:16.960 --> 10:21.520] bit of a oops that they don't want to go out on the air, sometimes they can-
[10:21.520 --> 10:22.520] Popa.
[10:22.520 --> 10:23.520] Popa.
[10:23.520 --> 10:26.520] That's what I was looking for.
[10:26.520 --> 10:27.520] That happens on occasion.
[10:27.520 --> 10:33.720] We had a little bit of issues today bringing things up, so we will get this sorted out
[10:33.720 --> 10:35.840] as we move through it.
[10:35.840 --> 10:38.440] Okay, go ahead, Steve.
[10:38.440 --> 10:42.080] I'll get Carol to call in on the caller line and maybe that'll work better.
[10:42.080 --> 10:43.080] There you go.
[10:43.080 --> 10:49.240] No, like I was saying, once you start down this path of corruption and you get this deep
[10:49.240 --> 10:52.920] into the corruption, the establishment owns you.
[10:52.920 --> 11:00.440] We get into high level politics and we realize that our leaders, and I've got a problem with
[11:00.440 --> 11:01.440] that.
[11:01.440 --> 11:02.960] In a free world, you're not supposed to have leaders.
[11:02.960 --> 11:11.760] You're supposed to be the leader, but most of the high level political establishment,
[11:11.760 --> 11:16.560] they're just disgusting, filthy, ugly people.
[11:16.560 --> 11:24.140] They've done things... Well, for example, I read an article the other day, a news article
[11:24.140 --> 11:26.280] about the Roman Catholic Church.
[11:26.280 --> 11:32.960] I don't want to get off on religion, but I'm just using this as an example, that pedophilia
[11:32.960 --> 11:42.560] and human sacrifice, that is of infants and children, is kind of a prerequisite to take
[11:42.560 --> 11:44.680] a seat in the papacy.
[11:44.680 --> 11:50.560] It's no different in high levels in government.
[11:50.560 --> 12:00.440] The establishment owns you and they don't want these kinds of secrets out in the open.
[12:00.440 --> 12:05.640] They don't want to get caught with their pants down per se, but it seems like Carol caught
[12:05.640 --> 12:15.320] them, several of them, with their pants down and she shined a light on it.
[12:15.320 --> 12:22.240] We wanted to bring her back on so that we could have her in the spotlight.
[12:22.240 --> 12:25.440] There's no safety in the shadows.
[12:25.440 --> 12:26.960] There's only safety in the light.
[12:26.960 --> 12:27.960] Hello, Carol.
[12:27.960 --> 12:28.960] Are you up now?
[12:28.960 --> 12:29.960] That was interesting.
[12:29.960 --> 12:30.960] I heard Carol for just a second there.
[12:30.960 --> 12:31.960] Let's try that again.
[12:31.960 --> 12:32.960] Can you hear me now?
[12:32.960 --> 12:33.960] There she is.
[12:33.960 --> 12:34.960] One internet found you.
[12:34.960 --> 12:50.160] These are the bad guys there with our systems.
[12:50.160 --> 12:55.560] They don't want the public to hear what you have to say.
[12:55.560 --> 12:59.480] Carol, say hello to everybody.
[12:59.480 --> 13:01.480] Hello America.
[13:01.480 --> 13:02.480] Hello world.
[13:02.480 --> 13:03.480] You're wonderful.
[13:03.480 --> 13:05.480] Okay, you're coming in very well.
[13:05.480 --> 13:06.480] Hi Steve.
[13:06.480 --> 13:07.480] Hi Randy.
[13:07.480 --> 13:16.600] Will you start at the top here and explain what has been going on in your world and then
[13:16.600 --> 13:20.080] I'd like to discuss this.
[13:20.080 --> 13:21.080] Go ahead and start at the beginning.
[13:21.080 --> 13:23.080] Since the last show that I did?
[13:23.080 --> 13:25.080] No, no.
[13:25.080 --> 13:29.480] Start at the beginning for assuming nobody's ever heard of any of this.
[13:29.480 --> 13:30.480] Oh, okay.
[13:30.480 --> 13:31.480] Good.
[13:31.480 --> 13:36.760] I have a couple of things that I transposed, a couple of transactions.
[13:36.760 --> 13:41.200] My daughter was foreclosed upon around September of 2012.
[13:41.200 --> 13:45.560] She was 24 to 26 when she bought her first home.
[13:45.560 --> 13:47.560] She worked for the state of Indiana.
[13:47.560 --> 13:53.680] She's a single parent of two minor children, two boys, and she bought a home from reportedly
[13:53.680 --> 14:00.360] First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee National Bank.
[14:00.360 --> 14:04.000] She came in and told me, I'm just going to let it go, and I was rather sick at the time
[14:04.000 --> 14:09.440] or had been told I was sick by several doctors, and I said, well, I'm not doing anything anyway.
[14:09.440 --> 14:13.200] Just let me look at these documents, and she's like, no, I said, no, let me.
[14:13.200 --> 14:16.680] She brought over a few items, and I went to her house, I said, let's get everything.
[14:16.680 --> 14:21.320] I want everything, and I made her go to the basement, and she's like, Mom, I said, let's
[14:21.320 --> 14:22.320] get them all.
[14:22.320 --> 14:27.960] We got into a file cabinet, and I brought home a big bag full of everything, probably
[14:27.960 --> 14:31.760] everything that the kitchens think was in there, all of her mailings and everything.
[14:31.760 --> 14:35.120] She kept everything, which is a good thing.
[14:35.120 --> 14:38.560] I don't know about the second or third night of looking through these files, I opened up
[14:38.560 --> 14:44.800] a white binder from Lingle Real Estate, which is the real estate firm that she went to a
[14:44.800 --> 14:49.680] man named Tim Orr, who's a Lingle Real Estate agent, and bought her first home.
[14:49.680 --> 14:55.600] It was located on Randolph Street here in Richmond, Indiana.
[14:55.600 --> 15:00.240] When I opened it up, I expected to just see her home buying papers.
[15:00.240 --> 15:05.320] What I found was she reportedly bought one home, but I found three properties within
[15:05.320 --> 15:06.320] the file.
[15:06.320 --> 15:13.880] I found nine loans, and the loans, there were different HUD 1 settlement statements for
[15:13.880 --> 15:18.000] two different amounts, but there were nine loans total.
[15:18.000 --> 15:25.520] There was a title invoice for the title insurance, and it was with abstracts title of Richmond,
[15:25.520 --> 15:31.600] Indiana, which is a title company here in Richmond, Indiana, that is owned by the County
[15:31.600 --> 15:35.000] and City Attorneys Partnership Law Firm.
[15:35.000 --> 15:39.960] They operate within the same building, along with a Saylor Street Investments.
[15:39.960 --> 15:46.240] They are hooked on to US National Bank via a skywalk over the alley, and the bank that
[15:46.240 --> 15:51.960] was foreclosing upon my daughter was US National Bank, the one that took to the title abstract.
[15:51.960 --> 15:55.840] She got the loan from First Horizon, she thought.
[15:55.840 --> 16:04.520] However, US Bank was quickly, within 14 days, assigned as a new servicer via a letter that
[16:04.520 --> 16:07.280] I saw in there.
[16:07.280 --> 16:14.560] Very quickly, before 30 days was even up, First Horizon Home Loans allegedly gave the
[16:14.560 --> 16:20.760] rights to servicing to this US Bank National Association.
[16:20.760 --> 16:24.320] I called up the real estate agent, Tim Moore, it's a small community.
[16:24.320 --> 16:31.000] I called him up, and I identified myself as Carol Isaacs, which is my married name.
[16:31.000 --> 16:34.840] I said, I'm Rachel Diddy's mother, and I said, do you have a few minutes?
[16:34.840 --> 16:37.040] He's like, yes, and he said, how's she doing?
[16:37.040 --> 16:38.040] I said, what's she doing?
[16:38.040 --> 16:39.040] We're going to accept their move.
[16:39.040 --> 16:40.040] Okay, wait, wait, wait.
[16:40.040 --> 16:41.040] Hold on, we're about to go to break.
[16:41.040 --> 16:42.040] Sorry for the slow start.
[16:42.040 --> 16:43.040] That's all right.
[16:43.040 --> 16:48.040] We'll pick this up as soon as we come back on the other side.
[16:48.040 --> 16:55.400] Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, Steve Skidmore, here with our special guest, Carol Isaacs,
[16:55.400 --> 17:00.680] and my tang is getting tangled, we'll be right back.
[17:00.680 --> 17:05.320] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area
[17:05.320 --> 17:06.700] of nutrition.
[17:06.700 --> 17:11.440] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves, and it's time we changed all that.
[17:11.440 --> 17:17.160] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition.
[17:17.160 --> 17:23.520] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, and mutilated, young Jevity can
[17:23.520 --> 17:25.680] provide the nutrients you need.

[19:11.920 --> 19:40.560] The world is spinning like it's out of control
[19:40.560 --> 19:46.360] on the edge of a hole inside a deep dark bowl.
[19:46.360 --> 19:49.160] Welcome back to Rule of Law Radio, folks.
[19:49.160 --> 19:55.880] Before we, and let me apologize for the technical difficulty starting there.
[19:55.880 --> 20:00.840] Sometimes technology is a wonderful thing when it decides to work right.
[20:00.840 --> 20:03.880] We've got a guest with us tonight, Carol in Indiana.
[20:03.880 --> 20:09.360] Now Carol, before we went out to break, you were talking about, I believe it was Tim Orr,
[20:09.360 --> 20:13.800] is that O-R-E, O-A-R, how do you spell this guy's name?
[20:13.800 --> 20:17.240] Let's put it on the record, who these people are.
[20:17.240 --> 20:18.240] Okay.
[20:18.240 --> 20:22.520] It's O-R-R is the way his name is spelled on the documents.
[20:22.520 --> 20:23.520] Okay.
[20:23.520 --> 20:27.760] So he's a real estate agent for Lingo Real Estate.
[20:27.760 --> 20:35.080] He sold my daughter a house in 2008, reportedly March 14th of 2008.
[20:35.080 --> 20:41.280] So I called him up after I discovered this file with the three properties and the invoice
[20:41.280 --> 20:48.640] for a title insurance for several different properties and nine loans and some international
[20:48.640 --> 20:49.640] promissory notes.
[20:49.640 --> 20:52.520] I forgot to add that and different things inside the file.
[20:52.520 --> 20:54.560] It was a big white binder.
[20:54.560 --> 20:57.840] So I called him up and asked him if he had a few minutes, introduced myself, asked him
[20:57.840 --> 20:58.840] if he had a few minutes.
[20:58.840 --> 20:59.840] He said, sure.
[20:59.840 --> 21:00.840] How's Rachel?
[21:00.840 --> 21:04.280] I said, well, she's doing all right, except she was foreclosed upon.
[21:04.280 --> 21:05.600] He said, oh, I'm sorry to hear that.
[21:05.600 --> 21:06.600] I said, yeah.
[21:06.600 --> 21:10.520] I said, the funny thing is, we've got like a, I'm looking at this file I opened up.
[21:10.520 --> 21:14.000] There's like three properties in here and nine loans.
[21:14.000 --> 21:20.760] And he's like, oh, my effing G-O-D, I'll call you right back.
[21:20.760 --> 21:22.920] Or he said, can I call you right back?
[21:22.920 --> 21:24.480] I have it in an affidavit.
[21:24.480 --> 21:26.440] I wrote it down when he said it, notes.
[21:26.440 --> 21:27.920] But anyway, you have it right away.
[21:27.920 --> 21:31.320] I think he wasn't expecting you to have that file.
[21:31.320 --> 21:32.320] Right.
[21:32.320 --> 21:39.400] But he did know that he had done something with that file because I later, in searching
[21:39.400 --> 21:44.040] through more documents, found where he had sent her a letter saying, I know it gets very
[21:44.040 --> 21:46.920] hectic being a first-time homebuyer.
[21:46.920 --> 21:51.040] Let me go ahead and give you these HUD-1 settlement statements.
[21:51.040 --> 21:54.480] You don't have to dig in your papers for tax time.
[21:54.480 --> 21:56.680] You just use these.
[21:56.680 --> 21:59.320] So he's a very successful...
[21:59.320 --> 22:04.960] Anyway, he's self-proclaimed busy man.
[22:04.960 --> 22:07.760] He's top sales and all this locally.
[22:07.760 --> 22:12.480] So I suspect he doesn't mail those out to every homeowner that bought a home from him.
[22:12.480 --> 22:18.360] So he had mailed her special HUD-1 settlement statement for a tax time.
[22:18.360 --> 22:22.520] So I suspect he knew it, but those documents didn't see the light of day until I pulled
[22:22.520 --> 22:25.120] them out in her defense.
[22:25.120 --> 22:32.440] One of the... whenever U.S. Bank National Association, NA, which by the way, I do want
[22:32.440 --> 22:33.440] to bring that up.
[22:33.440 --> 22:35.280] I didn't get to the last show.
[22:35.280 --> 22:45.360] When they do that in the pleadings, U.S. Bank National Association, N.A., that is two entities.
[22:45.360 --> 22:49.080] That's a national association, which could be any bank for all anybody knows.
[22:49.080 --> 22:51.920] Now that's just good.
[22:51.920 --> 22:57.040] I mean, if you took English at all, when you put a comma after something and you've got
[22:57.040 --> 23:02.960] the N.A., they've ruled on gun right cases in Illinois that that's two entities.
[23:02.960 --> 23:05.680] That's two separate issues when there's a comma.
[23:05.680 --> 23:17.060] So U.S. Bank National Association, comma, N.A., versus Rachel Diddy, 89D02-1209-MF or mortgage
[23:17.060 --> 23:25.800] foreclosure-000343 in Wayne County, Indiana under a Judge Gregory Horne, who is a judge
[23:25.800 --> 23:32.760] who has had this property for 14 plus years to date under his rule.
[23:32.760 --> 23:35.320] And several transactions is going to be discovered here.
[23:35.320 --> 23:37.560] I'm going to tell you about it shortly.
[23:37.560 --> 23:42.680] So after he hung up, I right away called the title company and spoke with Robert Moore,
[23:42.680 --> 23:51.320] Robin Moore, who was the office administrator for Abstracts Title of Richmond, Incorporated.
[23:51.320 --> 23:58.600] And she's in with the law firm, Boston Beaver, Kling & Cross, and Chidester.
[23:58.600 --> 24:04.040] Ron Cross is the county attorney, Walt Chidester is the city attorney.
[24:04.040 --> 24:11.440] Mr. Boston, Richard Boston, is the one who prepared the title policy invoice.
[24:11.440 --> 24:15.800] So I opened up this title policy invoice from Abstracts Title of Richmond.
[24:15.800 --> 24:18.280] It was about 10 pages.
[24:18.280 --> 24:19.780] There was one page missing.
[24:19.780 --> 24:24.340] It had a fax transmission across the top, so I was able to see all the different transmitting
[24:24.340 --> 24:26.320] parties that it went to.
[24:26.320 --> 24:33.520] She had bought this home reportedly March the 14th, 2008, yet ALTA had supplied forms
[24:33.520 --> 24:37.840] that backdated the title policy in her name by a number of years.
[24:37.840 --> 24:41.280] So here she was, the potential buyer.
[24:41.280 --> 24:47.760] They put it in the potential buyer's name by a number of years, and when they do this,
[24:47.760 --> 24:52.440] that makes the buyer the seller.
[24:52.440 --> 24:57.320] And they started this little three-property scam.
[24:57.320 --> 25:00.720] It's called the Magic Hat Trick in accounting, which I learned later.
[25:00.720 --> 25:01.840] I didn't know that at the time.
[25:01.840 --> 25:06.160] I had to do a lot of research, but she bought a home on Randolph Street.
[25:06.160 --> 25:12.400] There was a home, a county property, 1007 State Route 38, and then there was another
[25:12.400 --> 25:20.960] home that was 4385 State Route 35, it's the US Highway 35.
[25:20.960 --> 25:23.400] So there was three homes in there.
[25:23.400 --> 25:25.320] There was a backdated title policy.
[25:25.320 --> 25:29.520] There was a forged mortgage affidavit stating she was married.
[25:29.520 --> 25:32.720] It didn't say who she was married to.
[25:32.720 --> 25:40.200] There were... whenever she first went to see Kim or this real estate agent, she made
[25:40.200 --> 25:47.880] an offer of $60,000, and he told her that the owner did not accept the offer.
[25:47.880 --> 25:54.920] The owner was Paul Stickle of Stickle Properties LLC, so that she would have to fill out another
[25:54.920 --> 25:55.920] offer.
[25:55.920 --> 25:57.440] Well, she didn't know at the time.
[25:57.440 --> 26:02.600] She was actually filling out real estate forms, and they're five pages long, and then they
[26:02.600 --> 26:06.680] offer addendums under the Real Estate Association.
[26:06.680 --> 26:08.760] They have forms already made out.
[26:08.760 --> 26:13.600] So here's a... she thought she made an offer, but it's actually a purchase agreement on
[26:13.600 --> 26:14.800] improved property.
[26:14.800 --> 26:18.160] It states clearly in there that that is the master mortgage.
[26:18.160 --> 26:22.280] That is the original binding contract.
[26:22.280 --> 26:24.720] So she had done that January 21st.
[26:24.720 --> 26:26.360] She told her it was not accepted.
[26:26.360 --> 26:32.920] She came back in and made an $8,000 more offer, $68,000, and he told her February the 5th
[26:32.920 --> 26:37.160] that the owner had accepted that offer.
[26:37.160 --> 26:42.920] But what Tim Moore didn't tell her was that he had ran those two concurrently, and he
[26:42.920 --> 26:45.200] had taken... and this is what's different from the last show.
[26:45.200 --> 26:46.760] I transposed these two.
[26:46.760 --> 26:48.880] He had taken a January 21st.
[26:48.880 --> 26:54.360] He had made a duplicate, so he was running two January 21st purchase agreements, one
[26:54.360 --> 26:56.960] for her property on Randolph Street.
[26:56.960 --> 27:03.280] The other one went to the 10,007 State Route 38 in Greensport, Indiana, the county property,
[27:03.280 --> 27:12.920] and the February 5th purchase agreement slash offer went to the 4335 or 4385 State Route
[27:12.920 --> 27:16.440] 30... US 35.
[27:16.440 --> 27:22.440] So the second one went to another property within the city.
[27:22.440 --> 27:25.440] So she didn't know it at the time, though.
[27:25.440 --> 27:27.440] So they used her name in various forms.
[27:27.440 --> 27:35.480] I actually even found inside one of the purchase agreements at the US Highway 35, the 4385,
[27:35.480 --> 27:39.760] where her and the reported owner of her property were buying it together.
[27:39.760 --> 27:40.760] It's as clear as day.
[27:40.760 --> 27:41.760] They're both buyers.
[27:41.760 --> 27:43.560] It's her name and his name.
[27:43.560 --> 27:49.920] They're both buyers within an amendment, an addendum to the purchase agreement slash
[27:49.920 --> 27:52.760] offer.
[27:52.760 --> 27:58.120] So that was what was inside that file that I discovered.
[27:58.120 --> 28:10.560] So it sounds like they're using your daughter's credit to make somebody else look as though
[28:10.560 --> 28:13.880] they have enough credit to make the purchase.
[28:13.880 --> 28:23.320] And by filing them all at the same time, then the banks, whoever's looking at the offer
[28:23.320 --> 28:28.320] checks your daughter's credit, your daughter's credit's fine, and then the other bank checks
[28:28.320 --> 28:31.400] your credit, and it's fine, but it's all at the same time.
[28:31.400 --> 28:36.840] So the one doesn't know about the other offer, and this is something to do with it.
[28:36.840 --> 28:37.840] They did know, though.
[28:37.840 --> 28:42.600] Is that what they were doing, or did they have something else going on?
[28:42.600 --> 28:53.840] No, she paid $6,150 down, which was the original January 21st purchase.
[28:53.840 --> 29:00.460] The purchase agreement offer, the first offer she made for $61.5, that's 10% of that offer.
[29:00.460 --> 29:05.800] Now they may have ran it like a 20-80, like you said, but she actually paid in with her
[29:05.800 --> 29:06.800] own funds.
[29:06.800 --> 29:14.080] Now, though, they ran all of the notes at the same time.
[29:14.080 --> 29:15.440] That's what they do with 80-20s.
[29:15.440 --> 29:17.800] They run both the 80 and the 20.
[29:17.800 --> 29:24.240] If they ran them both, if they ran them as one document, the amount would be too much
[29:24.240 --> 29:30.760] to pass their credit, so they break it into two separate documents, two separate notes,
[29:30.760 --> 29:32.600] and they run them both at the same time.
[29:32.600 --> 29:37.800] The one who's looking at them only thinks there's one, he doesn't know about both of
[29:37.800 --> 29:40.480] them, because both of them would come out too high.
[29:40.480 --> 29:45.040] So they run them in the same day, so whoever's looking at it doesn't know about the others.
[29:45.040 --> 29:51.440] When we first talked about this, I got the impression that they were taking someone with
[29:51.440 --> 29:56.160] good credit and sticking her name on this thing to make it look like the purchaser had
[29:56.160 --> 30:03.160] it, or they're actually stealing somebody else's credit.
[30:03.160 --> 30:08.760] In a recession, tightening your belt is usually a good thing, but ladies, be advised, a new
[30:08.760 --> 30:12.680] study finds men actually prefer larger women during stressful times.
[30:12.680 --> 30:17.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll tell you why that is in a moment.
[30:17.880 --> 30:19.600] Privacy is under attack.
[30:19.600 --> 30:24.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again, and once your privacy
[30:24.000 --> 30:28.200] is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:28.200 --> 30:33.440] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[30:33.440 --> 30:35.960] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[30:35.960 --> 30:41.600] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[30:41.600 --> 30:43.320] Yahoo, and Bing.
[30:43.320 --> 30:45.360] Start over with StartPage.
[30:45.360 --> 30:50.840] Men are said to prefer slimmer women because they appear younger and more fertile, but
[30:50.840 --> 30:55.600] a new study finds that during hard times, men are more attracted to ladies with larger
[30:55.600 --> 30:57.040] waistlines.
[30:57.040 --> 31:00.760] British researchers split 80 volunteers into two groups.
[31:00.760 --> 31:04.960] Half were exposed to stress through mock job interviews and mental math tests.
[31:04.960 --> 31:07.880] Later, both groups studied pictures of women.
[31:07.880 --> 31:12.120] The men in the stress group consistently found normal and overweight women more physically
[31:12.120 --> 31:15.040] attractive than the more laid-back guys.
[31:15.040 --> 31:16.800] The researchers' conclusion?
[31:16.800 --> 31:22.080] Men view robust females as more mature and better equipped to cope with rough situations.
[31:22.080 --> 31:23.080] Huh.
[31:23.080 --> 31:25.560] In tough times, maybe size really does matter.
[31:25.560 --> 31:31.600] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[31:31.600 --> 31:32.600] What are you thinking?
[31:32.600 --> 31:38.880] Micro plant powder with iodine and probiotics for a total body detox for around $10 a month.
[31:38.880 --> 31:44.520] If USA.org has 12 formulations of micro plant powder for absorbing and removing toxins from
[31:44.520 --> 31:50.000] your kidneys, liver, blood, lungs, stomach and colon, and feel better than ever, it alkalizes,
[31:50.000 --> 31:54.960] oxygenates, kills parasites, does the job of 10 products, that saves you space, time
[31:54.960 --> 31:55.960] and money.
[31:55.960 --> 31:56.960] Call 888-910-4367.
[31:56.960 --> 31:57.960] Only at nusa.org.
[31:57.960 --> 32:05.960] Rule of law radio is proud to offer the rule of law traffic center.
[32:05.960 --> 32:09.720] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society, and if we the people are ever going
[32:09.720 --> 32:13.560] to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights.
[32:13.560 --> 32:16.840] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act
[32:16.840 --> 32:20.880] in our own private capacity, and most importantly, the right to due process of law.
[32:20.880 --> 32:24.720] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve
[32:24.720 --> 32:26.160] our rights through due process.
[32:26.160 --> 32:30.080] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with rule of law radio, has put together the

[33:26.440 --> 33:27.440] Okay.
[33:27.440 --> 33:28.440] Who said?
[33:28.440 --> 33:29.440] Texas is a race for establishment.
[33:29.440 --> 33:30.440] Texas is a race for the team.
[33:30.440 --> 33:45.440] Well, I need a prosecutor to come and help me, prosecute them wicked leaders, you see.
[33:45.440 --> 33:52.800] Them murderers are liars, them tell me, them are liars, they tell sweet stories, but I
[33:52.800 --> 33:54.920] believe me, say what them tell me.
[33:54.920 --> 34:00.800] Okay, we are back, ready to help Steve Skidmore with rule of law radio, and we're talking
[34:00.800 --> 34:08.400] to Ms. Carol in Indiana, and we're talking about she found more loans than she thought
[34:08.400 --> 34:15.320] she would, and when we went out, I was commenting on the credit side, but I think I should keep
[34:15.320 --> 34:20.600] my mouth shut, because there's a whole lot more to this than a simple credit skit.
[34:20.600 --> 34:23.600] Will you go on Carol?
[34:23.600 --> 34:24.600] Yes.
[34:24.600 --> 34:25.600] Certainly.
[34:25.600 --> 34:34.200] I found that they had taken the January 21st offer that she had made, and they had duplicated
[34:34.200 --> 34:40.160] that, so there were two of those, and then the February 5th that they had her sign under
[34:40.160 --> 34:45.680] the pretense of another offer, yet it was a purchase agreement for improved property,
[34:45.680 --> 34:48.680] because this is one of the tricks the industry does.
[34:48.680 --> 34:50.600] The real estate laws, I have since-
[34:50.600 --> 34:56.040] Wait a minute, I thought this was just an offer.
[34:56.040 --> 35:00.040] No it was actually, she thought it was an offer as well, but what she actually signed
[35:00.040 --> 35:04.640] and what many people do, because I've looked at four or five of them, are purchase agreements
[35:04.640 --> 35:06.520] on improved property.
[35:06.520 --> 35:11.600] They think it's an offer, they think the real estate agent's papers that they're signing
[35:11.600 --> 35:18.480] are just an offer, but they are actually purchase agreements, and if they'll read the fine print,
[35:18.480 --> 35:22.560] and I found this, I did it myself, I didn't read the fine print.
[35:22.560 --> 35:29.400] If you read it, it says it's the original binding contract, and that is the main mortgage,
[35:29.400 --> 35:36.320] and it has the amount and the terms and everything within it, and it's under Pennsylvania real
[35:36.320 --> 35:40.960] estate law, which is what most of the real estate associations operate under, even though
[35:40.960 --> 35:46.640] they're in different states, Pennsylvania is a big player here in the real estate law.
[35:46.640 --> 35:51.760] So the real estate associations in Indiana are tied directly to Pennsylvania law under
[35:51.760 --> 35:58.240] real estate, so they get the forms basically from Pennsylvania, and they use them here
[35:58.240 --> 36:03.320] in Indiana, much like the multi-state mortgages we're seeing, or deeds of trust at the bottom
[36:03.320 --> 36:05.320] where it says multi-state.
[36:05.320 --> 36:10.560] They have an origin, and it's usually one place, so they use them throughout the United
[36:10.560 --> 36:11.560] States.
[36:11.560 --> 36:17.200] Yes, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Uniform Instrument, and it will have a number, each state has
[36:17.200 --> 36:20.760] a different Uniform Instrument number, designation.
[36:20.760 --> 36:25.400] Right, right, so like that's a skeleton of it.
[36:25.400 --> 36:30.520] So anyway, she signed a purchase agreement for improved property on the January the 20th,
[36:30.520 --> 36:36.480] and each one of these purchase agreements slash offers she thought was an offer, they
[36:36.480 --> 36:41.960] had international promissory notes attached to them, and she had executed those as well.
[36:41.960 --> 36:46.400] She thought it was the earnest money receipt for the earnest money she paid to make the
[36:46.400 --> 36:47.400] offer, which was $500.
[36:47.400 --> 36:53.600] I find these international notes very interesting.
[36:53.600 --> 37:02.080] I've got kind of a, I guess it would be a rhetorical question, why an international
[37:02.080 --> 37:04.800] promissory note?
[37:04.800 --> 37:10.760] I don't mean to go down an unnecessary rabbit hole, but it raises a red flag to me when
[37:10.760 --> 37:14.360] I hear the word international promissory note.
[37:14.360 --> 37:23.000] Well, it's called L-108, it's the escape tax liability by the real estate agents and
[37:23.000 --> 37:28.520] the reported owners who aren't really the owners of record, because all of these properties
[37:28.520 --> 37:32.000] had straw owners, they weren't real people.
[37:32.000 --> 37:36.840] So all three of the properties, or they were deceased, and that's another reason to make
[37:36.840 --> 37:42.640] her married, because one of the county property, it is my belief that it was owned by a dead
[37:42.640 --> 37:48.600] veteran, and what they did was use my daughter to be married to this person, and then she
[37:48.600 --> 37:53.640] then quick claim deeded it, so they used her identity in fraud, fraudulently.
[37:53.640 --> 37:58.120] She quick claim deeded a dead man's property to this other person who wasn't real, it
[37:58.120 --> 38:05.760] was a straw purchaser, and so she gave away that property right away, after they financed
[38:05.760 --> 38:13.480] it through her identity, so then she moved on to the next property.
[38:13.480 --> 38:20.560] This is what I believe as well, so each one of those purchase agreements slash offers,
[38:20.560 --> 38:25.720] they had an international promissory note, and it has L-108 up in the upper corner, they're
[38:25.720 --> 38:31.160] totally perfected, there's three of them attached to all three purchase agreements slash offers,
[38:31.160 --> 38:35.500] and they went to what I call the High Road Bank in London, which is a Federal Reserve
[38:35.500 --> 38:40.080] Bank, it's the main Federal Reserve Bank, and the reason I know this, and I'm just going
[38:40.080 --> 38:46.520] to tell everybody, because my uncle is a banker, and I'm going to admit it, I have bankers,
[38:46.520 --> 38:50.840] and there's been attorneys in my family and everything, and I love my family, however,
[38:50.840 --> 38:51.840] and he loves me.
[38:51.840 --> 38:56.520] I asked him to run these banks.
[38:56.520 --> 38:57.520] You have bankers and attorneys?
[38:57.520 --> 38:58.520] You have been so...
[38:58.520 --> 38:59.520] I have bankers and attorneys.
[38:59.520 --> 39:04.720] I had attorneys in my family, but I have a banker in my family, you know, he's my uncle.
[39:04.720 --> 39:07.240] Oh, you poor woman.
[39:07.240 --> 39:18.440] I love him, but anyway, he ran these, he told me they came from MetLife, so that's where
[39:18.440 --> 39:22.840] Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the mutualization will come in, but anyway, where
[39:22.840 --> 39:27.680] she thought she had purchased from First Horizon Home Loans, a division of First Tennessee
[39:27.680 --> 39:34.480] National Bank, this was in March of 2008, she had actually, they ran two of the loans,
[39:34.480 --> 39:39.160] the first two loans through MetLife, and I called the Indianapolis office of First Horizon
[39:39.160 --> 39:46.360] Home Loans in 2012, it had then became Caliper, but they just changed their name, and the
[39:46.360 --> 39:50.400] lady told me, I gave her the loan number, she said, looks like they've been purged,
[39:50.400 --> 39:54.520] and I said, well, if they were purged, you wouldn't be able to see, she goes, no, it
[39:54.520 --> 40:02.120] says purged right here, she said they were purged the very same day they were put through.
[40:02.120 --> 40:04.640] That's interesting.
[40:04.640 --> 40:13.760] So the first two amounts, one was for $61,500, and the other one was for $61,800, those were
[40:13.760 --> 40:19.800] taken through MetLife and purged, they immediately took the February the 5th, the one that she
[40:19.800 --> 40:26.480] thought she was getting the loan for the home for, they took the $68,000 something, it ended
[40:26.480 --> 40:36.360] up being $66,948, and First Horizon sent her an invoice on 314, it was paid on 314, her
[40:36.360 --> 40:44.680] first payment, plus the back interest of 4% per day, that was taken out, and of course
[40:44.680 --> 40:49.040] I had the crook file, remember, that's what I call that, what Tim Orr, the lingo real
[40:49.040 --> 40:54.680] estate agent sent to my daughter by mistake, so I looked at it, and all the numbers matched
[40:54.680 --> 41:03.440] up, and what they had done was, there were two TILAs in there, there were papers in there
[41:03.440 --> 41:07.320] for insurance in the amount, I didn't get to talk to you folks about this last time
[41:07.320 --> 41:16.680] Randi or Steve, there were insurance commitments for $131,000, there was another one for $128,000,
[41:16.680 --> 41:23.160] and then of course I had the backdating of the ALTA policy, and so what I did was I took
[41:23.160 --> 41:27.400] everything before I took, I went and called up Robin Moore at Title Abstracts of Richmond,
[41:27.400 --> 41:31.480] I took everything to OfficeMax, I put it in chronological order, I mean I went over and
[41:31.480 --> 41:36.600] over and over it, put it in chronological order, had it professionally photo-scanned,
[41:36.600 --> 41:40.920] because one of the things I found on the title policy, at the bottom it said that it subscribed
[41:40.920 --> 41:47.160] to consumer financial services, so I knew to look up any patents they had under that,
[41:47.160 --> 41:53.880] and there was a guy from Japan who had a patent with this consumer financial insurance services,
[41:53.880 --> 42:00.320] and I can't remember the exact name, he had a patent for an inkjet sprayer that did it
[42:00.320 --> 42:06.040] super-fine, and in order to bring up the ink, now it wasn't invisible ink where you'd write
[42:06.040 --> 42:12.200] on it, it was actually an inkjet sprayer that sprayed it super-fine, you had to use an old
[42:12.200 --> 42:20.160] scanner to bring up the number, and you had to photocopy it, that's why a lot of these
[42:20.160 --> 42:25.400] insurance companies and different title companies, you might see old equipment sitting around
[42:25.400 --> 42:30.680] because they need it, because they're using the old technology and the new, so when I
[42:30.680 --> 42:37.840] had that photo-scanned, her title policy, I'm going to give you an example, was C31098,
[42:37.840 --> 42:44.200] that on the third page, underneath the tear strip, I brought up the agricultural lien
[42:44.200 --> 42:50.840] that went with that policy, because they used that ink for first consumer financial services,
[42:50.840 --> 42:58.560] and it was an ALTA form, so I was able to bring up the agricultural lien that ties to
[42:58.560 --> 43:05.800] Washington D.C. to that title, which is a lender's title policy, but trust me, I believe
[43:05.800 --> 43:09.640] that there are buyers, since they made her a buyer, right, and a seller, and a buyer
[43:09.640 --> 43:16.200] and a seller, so there are several insurance policies where they were milking the insurance
[43:16.200 --> 43:18.400] claims and reinsurance behind the scenes.
[43:18.400 --> 43:24.920] Do you know who the beneficiary is to these insurance policies?
[43:24.920 --> 43:33.000] I do know that it was not my daughter, and she is the one, by her signature, that created
[43:33.000 --> 43:37.840] the money that they took, because they certainly didn't put it where it should have went, they
[43:37.840 --> 43:41.400] couldn't have, they would have been given a dead giveaway.
[43:41.400 --> 43:42.400] Yeah.
[43:42.400 --> 43:46.960] I hear the music in the background, sounds like we're going to break, we're with Carol

[46:51.840 --> 46:55.840] I'm both for bravery and against slavery.
[46:55.840 --> 46:57.840] Let's go back to rule of law, folks.
[46:57.840 --> 47:00.840] We are speaking with Carol Keenan, Indiana.
[47:00.840 --> 47:11.840] Carol, you have uncovered quite a web of corruption, international, sounds like international securities
[47:11.840 --> 47:20.840] fraud, insurance fraud, bank fraud, and all perpetuated by the local, so far in this story,
[47:20.840 --> 47:24.840] the local title company and a few loan officers.
[47:24.840 --> 47:30.840] So just how far, how far does this rabbit hole go?
[47:30.840 --> 47:31.840] Tell us more.
[47:31.840 --> 47:35.840] Well, it goes in and out, so it's kind of like a sewage hole.
[47:35.840 --> 47:37.840] You go in and out for the properties.
[47:37.840 --> 47:42.840] You know, each property has a sewage that they pull things in and out of, so.
[47:42.840 --> 47:45.840] Yeah, like any other bucket of muck, it doesn't stink until you stir it.
[47:45.840 --> 47:47.840] So let's stir this pot some.
[47:47.840 --> 47:49.840] Right, right, a sludge fund, yeah.
[47:49.840 --> 47:53.840] Yeah, exactly.
[47:53.840 --> 47:59.840] So one of the things on these promissory notes that were attached, I wanted to make a point on this,
[47:59.840 --> 48:01.840] and then I'll move on because there's more.
[48:01.840 --> 48:05.840] And it wasn't anything that I'm not a special type of person.
[48:05.840 --> 48:10.840] I was just blessed to have found the information in time to, I think,
[48:10.840 --> 48:15.840] save my daughter from all of this false prosecution.
[48:15.840 --> 48:19.840] Those international promissory notes were attached to the main master mortgages.
[48:19.840 --> 48:24.840] People need to, if they can, pay attention to your documents and if you have those things,
[48:24.840 --> 48:27.840] the real estate papers, get them out and look at them again
[48:27.840 --> 48:30.840] and look for any backdating or anything that looks out of the ordinary.
[48:30.840 --> 48:35.840] On the very first one she did, January 21st, I noticed that the real estate agent
[48:35.840 --> 48:40.840] or someone in the real estate firm had put RD at the bottom of each page.
[48:40.840 --> 48:44.840] And then on the promissory note, the first one, they put RD.
[48:44.840 --> 48:49.840] So I was looking at the UCC Uniform Commercial Code,
[48:49.840 --> 48:56.840] and under Articles 3, 8, and 9, it is required that all parties are in agreement
[48:56.840 --> 49:01.840] based on that pledge or that signature on a perfected promissory note
[49:01.840 --> 49:07.840] based on future pledges to pay the mortgage,
[49:07.840 --> 49:11.840] which everybody thinks is the master mortgage in the land records.
[49:11.840 --> 49:17.840] I say it's not because my daughter's papers show the mortgage, it's a two-sided document.
[49:17.840 --> 49:27.840] So I'm noticing that pages 2, 4, 6, and 8, or pages 1, 3, 5, and 7 could be interchanged
[49:27.840 --> 49:32.840] because in our records, at our local office, they're one-sided documents.
[49:32.840 --> 49:36.840] However, in the file that I found, it's a two-sided document, clearly.
[49:36.840 --> 49:42.840] Yeah, most of your loan documents are going to be one-sided.
[49:42.840 --> 49:48.840] And that is print on one side of the paper, not on both sides of the paper.
[49:48.840 --> 49:51.840] Let's make that clear.
[49:51.840 --> 49:54.840] So somebody put a lot of thought into this.
[49:54.840 --> 50:00.840] Yes, well, it's very common, and these folks did not know my daughter.
[50:00.840 --> 50:03.840] She knew none of them, not a one of them.
[50:03.840 --> 50:09.840] She didn't know Jessica McGuire, the loan officer for First Horizon Home Loans.
[50:09.840 --> 50:15.840] She didn't know Sean Sorrell, the notary and escrow closing agent.
[50:15.840 --> 50:22.840] She didn't know Tim Orr, the real estate agent for Lingle Real Estate,
[50:22.840 --> 50:31.840] or Jason or Kristen Rader, who are married couples who are real estate agents
[50:31.840 --> 50:35.840] working under the buy-sell, sell-buy program of Lingle Real Estate.
[50:35.840 --> 50:36.840] And guess what?
[50:36.840 --> 50:37.840] They work for you, too.
[50:37.840 --> 50:40.840] They got the number two in there.
[50:40.840 --> 50:44.840] So they work for you, too, under the buy-sell, sell-buy program.
[50:44.840 --> 50:48.840] People, if they'll start paying attention, you'll start seeing a lot of that buy-sell, sell-buy.
[50:48.840 --> 50:54.840] And this is key here because what happened back in – and I don't want to get ahead of myself.
[50:54.840 --> 50:55.840] I'm sorry.
[50:55.840 --> 50:56.840] Sure.
[50:56.840 --> 51:04.840] Okay, anyway, that purchase agreement slash offer with the promissory notes attached,
[51:04.840 --> 51:12.840] it's my belief and my understanding and my claim that what they did to her was they took that $500 promissory note
[51:12.840 --> 51:16.840] – and there were three of them – and they went to the High Road Bank or a Federal Reserve Bank,
[51:16.840 --> 51:19.840] one of the nationally chartered banks, and they said,
[51:19.840 --> 51:23.840] hey, she's going to pay you this amount, this amount, and this amount.
[51:23.840 --> 51:25.840] So they made up these future contracts.
[51:25.840 --> 51:29.840] But the key here is if they didn't inform her of what they were doing,
[51:29.840 --> 51:35.840] then I say they violated laws under the UCC, and she's not obligated.
[51:35.840 --> 51:41.840] And that means all future contracts are null and void.
[51:41.840 --> 51:43.840] And she keeps property.
[51:43.840 --> 51:45.840] Let me touch on something here.
[51:45.840 --> 51:49.840] Because the only reason they got the money was based on her signature.
[51:49.840 --> 51:55.840] Let me touch on something here that keeps kind of banging around in my head.
[51:55.840 --> 52:05.840] When a loan is generated by a lender, the lenders will create pools for their notes.
[52:05.840 --> 52:11.840] Each pool can only hold notes – and this is under GiniMay.
[52:11.840 --> 52:16.840] Each pool can only hold notes with the same interest rate.
[52:16.840 --> 52:21.840] A lender's pool can hold as little as three notes.
[52:21.840 --> 52:29.840] The lender then negotiates these notes into a pass-through trust.
[52:29.840 --> 52:37.840] Well, when the note is filed with GiniMay, under the GiniMay manual –
[52:37.840 --> 52:40.840] you can get the manual online –
[52:40.840 --> 52:47.840] it requires that the lender forward all the documentation to the document custodian,
[52:47.840 --> 52:49.840] who's usually the servicer.
[52:49.840 --> 52:56.840] And the document custodian is an agent for GiniMay.
[52:56.840 --> 52:57.840] I want to say confirmation.
[52:57.840 --> 52:58.840] Confirmation is not the word.
[52:58.840 --> 53:03.840] They can bind GiniMay to the contract.
[53:03.840 --> 53:11.840] And before they issue that confirmation, they must determine that all of the documents
[53:11.840 --> 53:16.840] are in accordance with the mortgage requirements.
[53:16.840 --> 53:21.840] And then they're to maintain possession of all of these documents until termination of the note.
[53:21.840 --> 53:26.840] So here's what keeps ringing around.
[53:26.840 --> 53:29.840] The derivatives insurance contracts.
[53:29.840 --> 53:36.840] What is to keep the lender from taking a note that is in a certain person's name
[53:36.840 --> 53:40.840] at a given interest rate?
[53:40.840 --> 53:45.840] And filing it with a different servicer with a different interest rate.
[53:45.840 --> 53:49.840] Just change the interest rate and file it with somebody else.
[53:49.840 --> 53:51.840] And then file it with another one.
[53:51.840 --> 53:53.840] And another one, and another one.
[53:53.840 --> 53:58.840] Each of these servicers would not necessarily know that these others were going on.
[53:58.840 --> 54:05.840] And then they go to AIG or whoever is providing the derivative insurance policies,
[54:05.840 --> 54:12.840] which are totally unregulated, and buy a mortgage insurance policy on each one of these.
[54:12.840 --> 54:18.840] And China accused Bank of America of selling them the same loan 30 times.
[54:18.840 --> 54:24.840] So what they do is they start paying the insurance premiums on each one of these
[54:24.840 --> 54:27.840] each time the borrower makes a payment.
[54:27.840 --> 54:36.840] And then at some point they do their best to force the buyer into foreclosure.
[54:36.840 --> 54:46.840] If they can force the buyer into foreclosure, then all of these mortgage insurance premiums pay off.
[54:46.840 --> 54:49.840] And they'll pay 85% of the original principal.
[54:49.840 --> 54:59.840] I'm sorry, I missed a part. They negotiate each one of these into a pass-through trust.
[54:59.840 --> 55:03.840] And then they sell these to your retirement funds.
[55:03.840 --> 55:13.840] So when they foreclose, the insurance company comes in and pays off 85% of the principal.
[55:13.840 --> 55:18.840] So the investor is only left with a maximum of 15% loss.
[55:18.840 --> 55:24.840] But the lender has sold this thing 10, 15, 20 times.
[55:24.840 --> 55:31.840] And each time he gets 103% of the, on the average, 103% of the original principal.
[55:31.840 --> 55:35.840] So he's sitting here with this very large pool of money.
[55:35.840 --> 55:43.840] And if he can push the contract into foreclosure, the insurance company pays off on all of these.
[55:43.840 --> 55:49.840] Why do you think the insurance companies needed $7 billion?
[55:49.840 --> 55:54.840] That was more money than all the money invested in real property in the country.
[55:54.840 --> 55:57.840] And that's because they multiplied it over and over.
[55:57.840 --> 56:09.840] And when I'm listening to what you're doing, it seems to me to be pointing right toward just exactly that.
[56:09.840 --> 56:13.840] That sounds right. I do think that.
[56:13.840 --> 56:19.840] One of the things I noticed on her TILA, one of the TILAs, excuse me, the RESPA.
[56:19.840 --> 56:24.840] Under the RESPA, she signed on the house reportedly 3-14 of 2008.
[56:24.840 --> 56:27.840] And I happen to be watching my grandchildren on that day.
[56:27.840 --> 56:32.840] So that is the day. But they had her, they came up with the last minute that they had to cancel.
[56:32.840 --> 56:41.840] They had to prolong the day before she was supposed to have gotten the cashier's check for certified funds to pay them her down payment,
[56:41.840 --> 56:44.840] because she paid a down payment.
[56:44.840 --> 56:48.840] So they had her date for 3-13 of 2008.
[56:48.840 --> 56:54.840] And on the RESPA, they had it dated 3-13 of 2008.
[56:54.840 --> 57:00.840] But on 3-14 is when they actually pushed it off for her to go in and close escrow.
[57:00.840 --> 57:05.840] And of course, there was a flurry of paperwork and a lot of signing and things that went on.
[57:05.840 --> 57:07.840] And they were in a big hurry.
[57:07.840 --> 57:10.840] And the reported owner of the property, he was in a big hurry.
[57:10.840 --> 57:13.840] He had to leave town. And they do that often.
[57:13.840 --> 57:15.840] I've heard those stories before from other people.
[57:15.840 --> 57:18.840] And my daughter told me this, so I believe her.
[57:18.840 --> 57:30.840] So they actually had the RESPA and the hazard insurance she got from a local insurer was dated effective 3-13 the day before.
[57:30.840 --> 57:34.840] And that is a big indicator to me that there was insurance.
[57:34.840 --> 57:41.840] Like let's say there was timestamps on the purchase agreement slash offers as well of 7 p.m.
[57:41.840 --> 57:45.840] That takes it back to negative 11 hours universal time clock time,
[57:45.840 --> 57:49.840] which over in Australia there's a little country where that will take it back
[57:49.840 --> 57:58.840] and they can collect the insurance over there on an international level the day before.
[57:58.840 --> 58:00.840] That I didn't understand.
[58:00.840 --> 58:04.840] They can collect the insurance the day before.
[58:04.840 --> 58:14.840] Yeah, they had her 90 days in default before she even signed, making her the buyer prematurely when she was not the owner
[58:14.840 --> 58:17.840] and making her the owner prematurely when she was the buyer.
[58:17.840 --> 58:23.840] She wasn't the owner, but they put it in her name to the year 2006, Randy and Steve.
[58:23.840 --> 58:28.840] It's clearly in her name, effective February 5, 2006.
[58:28.840 --> 58:31.840] It was in my daughter's name.
[58:31.840 --> 58:33.840] Hold on, we're about to go to break.
[58:33.840 --> 58:35.840] This is Randy Kelton, Steve Stigmore.
[58:35.840 --> 58:39.840] We're here with our special guest, Carol Isaacs.
[58:39.840 --> 58:41.840] Give us a call.
[58:41.840 --> 58:43.840] Carol Keen.

[01:00:50.840 --> 01:00:54.840] In the news, an investigation by Forensics Architecture,
[01:00:54.840 --> 01:01:00.840] a research project based at London's Goldsmiths University and New York-based C2 Research,
[01:01:00.840 --> 01:01:05.840] revealed that most drone attacks carried out by the CIA in Pakistan target private homes.
[01:01:05.840 --> 01:01:09.840] The drone strikes usually occur in the middle of the night when families are home and asleep.
[01:01:09.840 --> 01:01:14.840] The research showed 61% of drone strikes in Pakistan target domestic buildings,
[01:01:14.840 --> 01:01:19.840] and more than 132 houses have been destroyed in at least 380 strikes.
[01:01:19.840 --> 01:01:25.840] Out of the 1,500 killed, more than 200 were innocent civilians.
[01:01:25.840 --> 01:01:31.840] A report by The Guardian reveals the NSA struggled to meet the demands of an unprecedented number of FOIA requests
[01:01:31.840 --> 01:01:34.840] following documents released by Edward Snowden.
[01:01:34.840 --> 01:01:39.840] Top officials reportedly discussed ways to fend off journalists, advocacy groups and individuals
[01:01:39.840 --> 01:01:44.840] who bombarded the agency with over 5,000 Freedom of Information Act requests
[01:01:44.840 --> 01:01:47.840] between June 5th through June 12th of last year.
[01:01:47.840 --> 01:01:53.840] The agency only received 800 such requests during the same period the previous year.
[01:01:53.840 --> 01:01:59.840] And the 62nd Bilderberg meeting is set to take place from May 29th through June 1st in Copenhagen, Denmark.
[01:01:59.840 --> 01:02:04.840] Bilderberg's press release detailed this year's official talking points, which include privacy,
[01:02:04.840 --> 01:02:09.840] intelligence sharing, China's political and economic outlook and other current events.
[01:02:09.840 --> 01:02:15.840] In attendance will be 140 participants from 22 countries who maintain high-level positions in finance,
[01:02:15.840 --> 01:02:21.840] academia and media, along with a diverse group of politicians and experts from various industries.
[01:02:21.840 --> 01:02:26.840] The group has fallen under scrutiny, though, due to the secrecy that surrounds the annual closed-door meeting.
[01:02:26.840 --> 01:02:32.840] Support for Liberty Beat comes from The Cory Moore Show, live Friday nights, 9 o'clock Central, at Corymoreshow.com.
[01:02:32.840 --> 01:02:38.840] And support comes from Roberts & Roberts Brokerage, Inc., specializing in precious metals since 1977.
[01:02:38.840 --> 01:02:43.840] They don't feed the banks by taking credit cards, but you can bet they take Bitcoin.
[01:02:43.840 --> 01:02:49.840] Online, rrbi.co, or by phone, 800-874-9760.
[01:02:49.840 --> 01:02:57.840] This is the Liberty Beat for Friday, May 30th, 2014. Check out the website at thelibertybeat.com.
[01:03:19.840 --> 01:03:24.840] Thank you for watching.
[01:03:49.840 --> 01:03:54.840] Thank you for watching.
[01:04:19.840 --> 01:04:24.840] Welcome back to Rule of Law Radio, folks.
[01:04:24.840 --> 01:04:29.840] Over the break, we got the name correct, Carol Keene Isaacs.
[01:04:29.840 --> 01:04:34.840] So we'll just call her Carol.
[01:04:34.840 --> 01:04:39.840] So Carol in Indiana.
[01:04:39.840 --> 01:04:44.840] When, over the break, we were discussing some of the, well, before we,
[01:04:44.840 --> 01:04:49.840] before we get down this rabbit hole, I would like for you to
[01:04:49.840 --> 01:04:54.840] come bring this, bring this whole thing,
[01:04:54.840 --> 01:04:59.840] bring it full circle.
[01:04:59.840 --> 01:05:04.840] And then I would like to, then I'd like to get into some of the indicators, you know,
[01:05:04.840 --> 01:05:09.840] some of the things in the documents that people can look for to see if their
[01:05:09.840 --> 01:05:14.840] situation is similar to your daughter's.
[01:05:14.840 --> 01:05:19.840] It's very important that we know what we're looking for when we're looking for it.
[01:05:19.840 --> 01:05:24.840] Because if you don't know what you're looking for, you'll never find it.
[01:05:24.840 --> 01:05:29.840] So I think before we went to break, you were talking about the RESPA disclosures,
[01:05:29.840 --> 01:05:34.840] real estate settlement procedure disclosures and Truth in Living Act disclosures.
[01:05:34.840 --> 01:05:39.840] And so anyway, I just noticed that.
[01:05:39.840 --> 01:05:44.840] So I'll go on with what happened, the actual facts of what happened.
[01:05:44.840 --> 01:05:49.840] After I went down and talked to Robin Moore, Title Abstracts of Richmond, Indiana,
[01:05:49.840 --> 01:05:54.840] I gave her a fully color scanned disc and I showed her the document.
[01:05:54.840 --> 01:05:59.840] It was a bug pest control report. Page one showed the bug pest control report.
[01:05:59.840 --> 01:06:04.840] It was a fraud contingency and one of them was a frauded contingency
[01:06:04.840 --> 01:06:09.840] with totally different terms of contract.
[01:06:09.840 --> 01:06:14.840] And then the other one was a mortgage affidavit stating that my daughter was married.
[01:06:14.840 --> 01:06:19.840] And as I said, she was a single parent and she actually had not been married.
[01:06:19.840 --> 01:06:24.840] So I knew that something was wrong and they were both on the back of bug inspection reports.
[01:06:24.840 --> 01:06:29.840] Robin Moore said, well, that's normal.
[01:06:29.840 --> 01:06:34.840] It is not normal to have page two of a bug inspection report,
[01:06:34.840 --> 01:06:39.840] a forged mortgage affidavit because I had asked for this Sean Sorrell, this notary,
[01:06:39.840 --> 01:06:44.840] this escrow closing agent, and of course they said that she didn't work there anymore.
[01:06:44.840 --> 01:06:49.840] But she still is working and she is still in the real estate business at a different place.
[01:06:49.840 --> 01:06:54.840] She does still do work for these people, I've since found out.
[01:06:54.840 --> 01:06:59.840] So I left there and I went down to land record office and I went in and was talking to the lady
[01:06:59.840 --> 01:07:04.840] in the flat room and looking around for various tax years.
[01:07:04.840 --> 01:07:09.840] I saw here's three properties and they dated it back to 2006. I'm going to look at everything.
[01:07:09.840 --> 01:07:14.840] I noticed that the years 2006 and 2003 were missing
[01:07:14.840 --> 01:07:19.840] from the tax records. So they said they didn't know where those books were.
[01:07:19.840 --> 01:07:24.840] So then I went to the property records and I was looking around. There was another lady in there.
[01:07:24.840 --> 01:07:29.840] There was a clerk who I said, you know, reportedly Paul Stickle owned this property
[01:07:29.840 --> 01:07:34.840] and he's been in trouble for a lot of fraud. Of course the county and city, he never got in trouble at all.
[01:07:34.840 --> 01:07:39.840] And that was prior, probably 2008
[01:07:39.840 --> 01:07:44.840] and this was in 2012. There was an older lady in there and I didn't know it at the time.
[01:07:44.840 --> 01:07:49.840] I thought she worked there. And I told her, I said it looks like they've even taken my grandchildren's identity
[01:07:49.840 --> 01:07:54.840] because one of the loans had their socials and their information on there.
[01:07:54.840 --> 01:07:59.840] So, you know, there was nine of them. So there was actually one with several addendums to it.
[01:07:59.840 --> 01:08:04.840] So I was worried about their identities as well. And I told her about it.
[01:08:04.840 --> 01:08:09.840] Another lady who I thought worked there goes, well, I'm sick of these bees doing this. And she said a bad word.
[01:08:09.840 --> 01:08:14.840] And the lady that worked there, that actually worked there, said, I've already helped her.
[01:08:14.840 --> 01:08:19.840] She says, I don't care. I'm going to help her again. And she went over in the far corner and looked over at me.
[01:08:19.840 --> 01:08:24.840] She goes, I'm going to pull an anchor date search. She goes, remember that. It's called an anchor date search.
[01:08:24.840 --> 01:08:29.840] And she printed out a four page paper and it actually says anchor in the search field.
[01:08:29.840 --> 01:08:34.840] Four pages. So here are, here's my daughter's property on Randolph Street.
[01:08:34.840 --> 01:08:39.840] There's a property on Highway 35, one a county property on State Highway 38.
[01:08:39.840 --> 01:08:45.840] And she pulls in yet a fourth property. And this fourth property is 938 South 17th.
[01:08:45.840 --> 01:08:52.840] It had my daughter's property tucked into it via a land contract that was not recorded in any of the public records.
[01:08:52.840 --> 01:08:57.840] It wasn't showing on its face. In addition to that, it showed a sheriff's deed,
[01:08:57.840 --> 01:09:04.840] which means there was a foreclosure sale. So I went and I left and I called the sheriff's office.
[01:09:04.840 --> 01:09:07.840] There was a Laura Roberts on there. She's a deputy sheriff.
[01:09:07.840 --> 01:09:15.840] I called to see if she might know something about it because the sheriff, Matt Stripmatter, doesn't work there anymore.
[01:09:15.840 --> 01:09:19.840] He's been promoted to excise for the state of Indiana.
[01:09:19.840 --> 01:09:26.840] So I called Laura Roberts and I explained to her who the reported buyer of this property was.
[01:09:26.840 --> 01:09:30.840] I said, it appears, you know, that he bought this and it's not being disclosed.
[01:09:30.840 --> 01:09:35.840] And she, and I told her his name was Paul Stickle. And she said, oh, no.
[01:09:35.840 --> 01:09:37.840] And she said, well, I want you to go over to the courthouse.
[01:09:37.840 --> 01:09:40.840] I said, I want to just make sure everything's in order. And she said, it is.
[01:09:40.840 --> 01:09:43.840] She goes, I want you to go over to the courthouse and get this cause number.
[01:09:43.840 --> 01:09:48.840] And it ended in 000025. And I said, that's got an extra zero.
[01:09:48.840 --> 01:09:54.840] And she said, Carol, listen to me. I want you to go over and get the cause number I told you to get.
[01:09:54.840 --> 01:09:57.840] So I went over to the courthouse and there was an elder lady there.
[01:09:57.840 --> 01:10:01.840] And I was expecting to see maybe a quarter of an inch thick case,
[01:10:01.840 --> 01:10:10.840] because according to the foreclosure ending in 0025, it was a three-month-old case, just three months old.
[01:10:10.840 --> 01:10:14.840] And it was done and over with. It was showing in the public records as it was over with.
[01:10:14.840 --> 01:10:17.840] It didn't have the property address listed in the heading either.
[01:10:17.840 --> 01:10:20.840] So you couldn't tell what property it was for.
[01:10:20.840 --> 01:10:24.840] I go over there and I brought my friend Linda from Peru with me.
[01:10:24.840 --> 01:10:29.840] And I just started handing her copies. And I said, I got to go get some more money, some more Federal Reserve notes.
[01:10:29.840 --> 01:10:33.840] I went over to my bank across the street and came back.
[01:10:33.840 --> 01:10:40.840] But anyway, it ended up being nine properties within this court case file with the Clerk of Courts.
[01:10:40.840 --> 01:10:45.840] And I thought, well, I've got a Clerk of Courts secret file.
[01:10:45.840 --> 01:10:48.840] This is what I have here. It has nine properties in it.
[01:10:48.840 --> 01:10:56.840] It had the state of Indiana, like usually when people look at their pleadings, they'll see the state listed in the middle, or they used to.
[01:10:56.840 --> 01:11:02.840] It was moved over in line with the bank. It actually was listed as Mears.
[01:11:02.840 --> 01:11:10.840] Mears was the foreclosing entity for a Dutchland trust.
[01:11:10.840 --> 01:11:16.840] And then it had a comma, so I knew there was more, but it didn't have in there who it was for, the trust was for.
[01:11:16.840 --> 01:11:20.840] It was Mears. And it had parties listed.
[01:11:20.840 --> 01:11:26.840] And the parties included the judge. He was under the parties.
[01:11:26.840 --> 01:11:28.840] You're kidding me.
[01:11:28.840 --> 01:11:32.840] No, I'm not. It's right in that 11-page Clerk of Courts summary.
[01:11:32.840 --> 01:11:43.840] No one was to have seen this file that kindly Deputy Laura Roberts, who is another female and a mother probably, and maybe a grandmother for all I know, she helped me.
[01:11:43.840 --> 01:11:46.840] That's what I know. She told me to go get that.
[01:11:46.840 --> 01:11:50.840] I went and got it, and I got copies, and I boogied out of there, Linda, and I did.
[01:11:50.840 --> 01:11:56.840] I went back in about a week later to get something, and the lady was one of the clerks, because you'll not get back in our record room.
[01:11:56.840 --> 01:11:58.840] And I said, what did I do?
[01:11:58.840 --> 01:12:03.840] She said, you got the judge's file. I said, well, I didn't know I got the judge's file.
[01:12:03.840 --> 01:12:06.840] I wasn't doing anything wrong, but thank you for telling me.
[01:12:06.840 --> 01:12:10.840] I said, I had no idea. I was just doing what I was told.
[01:12:10.840 --> 01:12:17.840] I even went down to the library to make sure that the sheriff had published this foreclosure, because it wasn't showing on the records.
[01:12:17.840 --> 01:12:24.840] And there was a record in the microfiche of this property being advertised for sale.
[01:12:24.840 --> 01:12:27.840] Now, the title company didn't reveal that to anyone.
[01:12:27.840 --> 01:12:35.840] They didn't reveal that it was under a contract under another property, 938 South 17th.
[01:12:35.840 --> 01:12:39.840] So then I had to take apart this secret judge's file.
[01:12:39.840 --> 01:12:46.840] I have the crooks file. I have the fourth property from the anchor date search, and it makes perfect sense with maritime law.
[01:12:46.840 --> 01:12:51.840] And then I've got this now reported judge's file per the clerk that I went in.
[01:12:51.840 --> 01:12:53.840] She said, it's the judge's file.
[01:12:53.840 --> 01:13:00.840] And there's notes in there, such as Eric Welch from Delaware County says that he didn't get to do a deposition.
[01:13:00.840 --> 01:13:01.840] Can we go ahead and sign it?
[01:13:01.840 --> 01:13:04.840] It says, yes, sign it. No deposition.
[01:13:04.840 --> 01:13:10.840] Go ahead and sign it, because all it is is every entry down throughout there, it shows the paper trail.
[01:13:10.840 --> 01:13:15.840] So it would say they served this Annette and Charles Scott supposedly owned the property.
[01:13:15.840 --> 01:13:22.840] They said they served them at 422 Randolph. It said they served them at 202 North 16th Street.
[01:13:22.840 --> 01:13:29.840] It said they served them at 4335 or 3385 US Highway 35.
[01:13:29.840 --> 01:13:35.840] It said they served them at 938 South 17th.
[01:13:35.840 --> 01:13:46.840] This was in 2012 and 13. This case was still going on from 2006, and it was reportedly for three months in the year 2006.
[01:13:46.840 --> 01:13:54.840] And it showed a check from Paul Stickle to the sheriff of Wayne County, which was Matt Stritmatter.
[01:13:54.840 --> 01:13:56.840] And it showed all the paperwork there.
[01:13:56.840 --> 01:14:07.840] And then there were Mears checks written to the Wayne County Clerk of Courts, Mears to the Wayne County Clerk of Courts.
[01:14:07.840 --> 01:14:17.840] And those, I am alleging and I believe, are on the 938 South 17th that was foreclosed upon in April of 2009.
[01:14:17.840 --> 01:14:24.840] And my daughter was current even on the falsely assigned loan that she was paying.
[01:14:24.840 --> 01:14:35.840] She was current, and this is a judicial foreclosure state, and they were running behind the scenes in a secret file within our judicial.
[01:14:35.840 --> 01:14:44.840] You know something that comes to my mind, Carol, you say there's nine properties attached to three different loans in your daughter's.
[01:14:44.840 --> 01:14:49.840] Have you done any research on these other eight properties?
[01:14:49.840 --> 01:14:52.840] Do they even exist?
[01:14:52.840 --> 01:14:56.840] Yes, and they've been foreclosed upon.
[01:14:56.840 --> 01:15:00.840] They're foreclosing, oh, you just went to what Randy and I talked about last night.
[01:15:00.840 --> 01:15:03.840] It gets better, Steve.
[01:15:03.840 --> 01:15:04.840] Okay.
[01:15:04.840 --> 01:15:06.840] So anyway.
[01:15:06.840 --> 01:15:08.840] I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt you.
[01:15:08.840 --> 01:15:10.840] It just crossed my mind.
[01:15:10.840 --> 01:15:12.840] I'm wondering, do these properties even exist?
[01:15:12.840 --> 01:15:13.840] Are they ghost properties?
[01:15:13.840 --> 01:15:17.840] I mean, you've got straw people behind the thing.
[01:15:17.840 --> 01:15:30.840] They have straw owners behind it because inside of that, one of the things I noticed was in the heading of this, the judicial file that I found from the year 2006, it doesn't list the property anywhere in the heading.
[01:15:30.840 --> 01:15:44.840] It lists Annette and Charles Scott, and it lists Jane and John Doe's, and it lists a Betty and William Cross, or William and Betty Cross, who I happen to know William Cross has been deceased since at least 1999.
[01:15:44.840 --> 01:15:49.840] And this was in 2012, right, or 13, whenever I went up to get that file.
[01:15:49.840 --> 01:15:52.840] I think it was in 2012 when I did.
[01:15:52.840 --> 01:16:04.840] He had been deceased a number of years, but they were steadily trying to serve this William and Betty Cross at 2717th, apostrophe B, apostrophe street.
[01:16:04.840 --> 01:16:10.840] So the county attorney is named Ronald Lloyd Cross.
[01:16:10.840 --> 01:16:20.840] So here is a William and Betty Cross, which I suspect are his parents, if not his aunt and uncle, but I'm pretty sure it's his parents.
[01:16:20.840 --> 01:16:27.840] And he is a county attorney that owns Title Abstracts of Richmond that's hooked on to U.S. Bank via the Skywall.
[01:16:27.840 --> 01:16:37.840] That's hooked on to the city and county attorney's law firm and Saylor Street Investments, which is hooked on to a monument on U.S. Bank called Saylor Street Monument.
[01:16:37.840 --> 01:16:41.840] That's hooked on to the Statue of Liberty in New York.
[01:16:41.840 --> 01:16:45.840] Wow, and the plot thickens.
[01:16:45.840 --> 01:16:46.840] I hear the music in the background, folks.
[01:16:46.840 --> 01:16:47.840] We're going to break.

[01:19:23.840 --> 01:19:52.840] Welcome back to Rural Law Radio folks, we're talking with Carol in Indiana.
[01:19:52.840 --> 01:19:58.840] And, oh man, oh man, this is good.
[01:19:58.840 --> 01:20:09.840] I mean, it's not a good situation, but it's good that, Carol, that you've taken the time to eke this out and bring this to light.
[01:20:09.840 --> 01:20:20.840] Well, one of the reasons that I did was because when she got the original wrongful foreclosure, what I'm alleging is a wrongful foreclosure,
[01:20:20.840 --> 01:20:30.840] they were using rather strong language with her and I thought she had actually been unemployed at that time in 2012
[01:20:30.840 --> 01:20:40.840] and she was supposedly under the protection of a Harp 2, Harp 2 loan of the Obama administration that was brought in to help distressed homeowners
[01:20:40.840 --> 01:20:46.840] and she had been unemployed, so she was under that protection when they came in to foreclose upon her.
[01:20:46.840 --> 01:20:56.840] And they had called her the maker of the drawer, so when it originally happened, I took great offense to that when I looked up the word
[01:20:56.840 --> 01:21:04.840] and I understand that she is the maker of the drawer when she signs a legitimate loan, which she did not do.
[01:21:04.840 --> 01:21:13.840] So it can take the liability to her though if it's fraudulent and I knew after what I knew, after what I found,
[01:21:13.840 --> 01:21:18.840] I knew the way is my child is going to go down for this. I don't care if she's 60.
[01:21:18.840 --> 01:21:23.840] I'm her mother and she's not going to be, I'm not going to let this happen if I can help it.
[01:21:23.840 --> 01:21:28.840] So I was kind of compelled to, for different reasons than most people, right?
[01:21:28.840 --> 01:21:32.840] I was compelled differently than an attorney would be or anyone else for that matter.
[01:21:32.840 --> 01:21:39.840] That's my child and I found this fraud and I thought uh-oh and it was really easy actually. It was handed to me.
[01:21:39.840 --> 01:21:46.840] Never, ever get behind a mother's protective instincts. You've got a problem.
[01:21:46.840 --> 01:21:53.840] Yes, Mears, move over. Here comes the real mom. You know, their mom thing. Mom one.
[01:21:53.840 --> 01:21:55.840] And I'm like, I am the real mom here, Mears.
[01:21:55.840 --> 01:22:04.840] Okay, let's move ahead. This plot is getting too thick. I'm trying to get all these pieces together.
[01:22:04.840 --> 01:22:06.840] Go ahead.
[01:22:06.840 --> 01:22:12.840] After I found out that there were Mears checks actually written to the clerk of courts
[01:22:12.840 --> 01:22:15.840] and it appeared that they were written on around the same date.
[01:22:15.840 --> 01:22:20.840] However, I happen to know that under UCC code, their code...
[01:22:20.840 --> 01:22:26.840] Wait, wait, hold on. Hold on. What were these checks for?
[01:22:26.840 --> 01:22:33.840] For the property. And they testified, Mr. Haltman's testified, they don't purchase property.
[01:22:33.840 --> 01:22:38.840] That's okay. This was what, the purchase of the property at the foreclosure sale?
[01:22:38.840 --> 01:22:43.840] No, the purchase of the property foreclosure sale happened for Paul Stickle.
[01:22:43.840 --> 01:22:53.840] He purchased the property reportedly in 2006, but these checks were for the 938 South 17th that no one was to know about.
[01:22:53.840 --> 01:22:57.840] The one where they kept it under the land contract.
[01:22:57.840 --> 01:23:04.840] It's showing that Mears paid for the property, but someone else bought the property.
[01:23:04.840 --> 01:23:07.840] It shows that they paid for my daughter's property in 2009.
[01:23:07.840 --> 01:23:14.840] But I believe that it was the 938 South 17th, the one that was found with the anchor date search
[01:23:14.840 --> 01:23:19.840] by the lady who actually worked for another title company who told on these crooks.
[01:23:19.840 --> 01:23:28.840] I'm trying to figure out how the clerk or whoever, who were the checks made out to?
[01:23:28.840 --> 01:23:34.840] To the clerk, of course, and they went into the judge's pension fund. I found that out later.
[01:23:34.840 --> 01:23:44.840] Okay. Have you figured out how these checks can be put into a judge's pension fund?
[01:23:44.840 --> 01:23:53.840] They're put into the cost because the check was actually written back to Mears and $338 was taken out.
[01:23:53.840 --> 01:23:55.840] That was for one property now.
[01:23:55.840 --> 01:24:02.840] The original check was for $16,601 or something like that.
[01:24:02.840 --> 01:24:09.840] Well, then the clerk of courts wrote back to Mears or to Brian Redmond, the agent for Mears,
[01:24:09.840 --> 01:24:11.840] wrote them a check back for the difference.
[01:24:11.840 --> 01:24:16.840] It was like $385 that was paid in to the judicial pension fund.
[01:24:16.840 --> 01:24:24.840] The way that I found that out was from a friend of mine named Donna in Florida who is a constitutional specialist
[01:24:24.840 --> 01:24:29.840] and was going to be a lawyer until she found out she might have to take an oath to the bar.
[01:24:29.840 --> 01:24:32.840] A communist oath is what she said.
[01:24:32.840 --> 01:24:36.840] What she did was she did a search on my... I forgot about this.
[01:24:36.840 --> 01:24:41.840] The Mears checks were attached to two warrants from the year 2003 and 2007,
[01:24:41.840 --> 01:24:50.840] a weed lien from 2007 that was already paid and a tax lien from 2003 that had been paid in 2003.
[01:24:50.840 --> 01:24:59.840] The Mears was coming in under the pretense of buying the home through these fake warrants or these already paid warrants.
[01:24:59.840 --> 01:25:04.840] They were paying off liens that had already been paid off.
[01:25:04.840 --> 01:25:08.840] So this is the way to funnel extra money into the county?
[01:25:08.840 --> 01:25:09.840] Yes.
[01:25:09.840 --> 01:25:10.840] Okay.
[01:25:10.840 --> 01:25:14.840] I'm trying to figure out... they had to have reasons for doing this.
[01:25:14.840 --> 01:25:15.840] Okay.
[01:25:15.840 --> 01:25:17.840] Go ahead.
[01:25:17.840 --> 01:25:26.840] Well, Donna called me up and she actually sent me the Dunes and Bradstreet filings.
[01:25:26.840 --> 01:25:30.840] I want to hold on for just a moment.
[01:25:30.840 --> 01:25:37.840] Inside that judicial file that I found there were clerk's notes and she had parsed out the cause number.
[01:25:37.840 --> 01:25:43.840] She had taken off the front identifiers, like the 89 and the D02, and she moved it over.
[01:25:43.840 --> 01:25:47.840] Then she had the 1209 she had at 0912.
[01:25:47.840 --> 01:25:49.840] She had transposed that.
[01:25:49.840 --> 01:25:52.840] Then the end numbers were all by themselves.
[01:25:52.840 --> 01:25:56.840] I knew that our clerk of courts, because I called and I talked to them up there as well,
[01:25:56.840 --> 01:26:00.840] and the only thing that gets entered in the clerk of courts is through DocsPop,
[01:26:00.840 --> 01:26:04.840] which is a DOX, POP, third-party vendor.
[01:26:04.840 --> 01:26:09.840] The government usually hires third-party vendors and their technology so that they can keep away
[01:26:09.840 --> 01:26:13.840] from the liability of what was going to be discovered here in a moment.
[01:26:13.840 --> 01:26:21.840] So I knew that this clerk had taken out the 0025 and she had manipulated these numbers,
[01:26:21.840 --> 01:26:25.840] this cause number, and parsed it out, just cut it in two in different places.
[01:26:25.840 --> 01:26:27.840] I thought, why is she doing that?
[01:26:27.840 --> 01:26:33.840] So I get on DocsPop, who, by the way, is within the same block as Title Abstracts of Richmond,
[01:26:33.840 --> 01:26:39.840] and actually the people that own Title Abstracts of Richmond are good friends with the guy who runs DocsPop.
[01:26:39.840 --> 01:26:42.840] He's a trustee in the local college.
[01:26:42.840 --> 01:26:46.840] Well, he said on there, do not ever put zeros in the case name search.
[01:26:46.840 --> 01:26:51.840] I'm thinking, like I told you, oh, they told me not to do it, so I'm going to do it.
[01:26:51.840 --> 01:26:59.840] So I put in 0025, and I don't know if they got anything on that yet, but then I took away a zero,
[01:26:59.840 --> 01:27:02.840] and when I did that, thousands of warrants came up.
[01:27:02.840 --> 01:27:06.840] Now, it's a thousand per sheet that came up, but there were four layers,
[01:27:06.840 --> 01:27:12.840] and what I did was I transposed those into Word, and then I saved.
[01:27:12.840 --> 01:27:15.840] So when I would go over the hyperlinks, there were hyperlinks in there,
[01:27:15.840 --> 01:27:19.840] I'd go over them and show a specific code that DocsPop had assigned to it.
[01:27:19.840 --> 01:27:22.840] So then I thought, you know, I'm going to put this in PDF as well.
[01:27:22.840 --> 01:27:26.840] So I went and transported that into my Adobe PDF Professional,
[01:27:26.840 --> 01:27:32.840] and when I did that, it gave a yet a different indicator for the same transaction, the same warrant.
[01:27:32.840 --> 01:27:45.840] I was able to tie the warrants in the Adobe PDF to countries like Switzerland, Germany, London, England,
[01:27:45.840 --> 01:27:50.840] the Netherlands, all the ZIP codes right off the bat, the beginning numbers in the PDF format
[01:27:50.840 --> 01:27:55.840] were saving differently, so I was able to tie all of those to various countries.
[01:27:55.840 --> 01:27:56.840] Okay, hold on.
[01:27:56.840 --> 01:27:57.840] So I had the Word.
[01:27:57.840 --> 01:27:58.840] Okay.
[01:27:58.840 --> 01:27:59.840] Hold on.
[01:27:59.840 --> 01:28:02.840] We were talking about mortgages.
[01:28:02.840 --> 01:28:07.840] Now we seem to be talking about criminal cases.
[01:28:07.840 --> 01:28:09.840] Yeah, Define Warrants.
[01:28:09.840 --> 01:28:11.840] They were tax warrants.
[01:28:11.840 --> 01:28:12.840] Oh, okay.
[01:28:12.840 --> 01:28:14.840] They were tax lien warrants.
[01:28:14.840 --> 01:28:15.840] This is a warrant database.
[01:28:15.840 --> 01:28:20.840] I had to figure out why the clerk was parsing out that cause number on the mortgages.
[01:28:20.840 --> 01:28:22.840] Gotcha.
[01:28:22.840 --> 01:28:25.840] So I wanted to know what she was doing with those numbers here or there,
[01:28:25.840 --> 01:28:30.840] because they were written right on the fake warrants or the warrants that had already been paid,
[01:28:30.840 --> 01:28:31.840] and I thought, what is she doing with these?
[01:28:31.840 --> 01:28:33.840] I want to know.
[01:28:33.840 --> 01:28:36.840] Yes, now we're talking about fictitious tax liens.
[01:28:36.840 --> 01:28:41.840] We're talking about fictitious mortgages, talking about fictitious homeowners.
[01:28:41.840 --> 01:28:42.840] It's not fictitious.
[01:28:42.840 --> 01:28:45.840] I later called the IRS.
[01:28:45.840 --> 01:28:49.840] The IRS, I talked to them several times about the identity theft.
[01:28:49.840 --> 01:28:50.840] I had to fill out affidavits.
[01:28:50.840 --> 01:28:51.840] My daughter did as well.
[01:28:51.840 --> 01:28:55.840] And I talked to a lady named Kathy Cox, who's in charge of criminal investigations,
[01:28:55.840 --> 01:29:01.840] and she told me to give her, my youngest grandson's social security number,
[01:29:01.840 --> 01:29:03.840] because we'd already done the identity theft affidavit.
[01:29:03.840 --> 01:29:07.840] And she said, Carol, he's got 97 warrants assigned to his social.
[01:29:07.840 --> 01:29:08.840] And I said, Henry.
[01:29:08.840 --> 01:29:10.840] And he hadn't even got a job yet.
[01:29:10.840 --> 01:29:11.840] Oh, my God.
[01:29:11.840 --> 01:29:13.840] Okay, hold on.
[01:29:13.840 --> 01:29:19.840] When you say warrants, he's got 97 lien warrants, tax lien warrants?
[01:29:19.840 --> 01:29:21.840] Nope.
[01:29:21.840 --> 01:29:23.840] Nope.
[01:29:23.840 --> 01:29:24.840] I don't know.
[01:29:24.840 --> 01:29:26.840] I'm just telling you what Kathy Cox did.
[01:29:26.840 --> 01:29:27.840] Are these warrants?
[01:29:27.840 --> 01:29:30.840] Are these arrest warrants or tax lien warrants?
[01:29:30.840 --> 01:29:34.840] No, they're warrants for 47 or 49 were felonies,
[01:29:34.840 --> 01:29:37.840] and the rest were misdemeanors, is what she told me.
[01:29:37.840 --> 01:29:39.840] Oh, good Lord.
[01:29:39.840 --> 01:29:41.840] Okay.
[01:29:41.840 --> 01:29:42.840] Wow.
[01:29:42.840 --> 01:29:43.840] Okay, it did.
[01:29:43.840 --> 01:29:46.840] That makes him worth money.
[01:29:46.840 --> 01:29:47.840] Okay, hang on.
[01:29:47.840 --> 01:29:48.840] We're about to go to break.
[01:29:48.840 --> 01:29:52.840] This is Randy Kelton, Steve Skidmore with our radio.
[01:29:52.840 --> 01:29:55.840] I'll call you at number 512-646-1984.
[01:29:55.840 --> 01:29:57.840] Dave, we'll see you there.
[01:29:57.840 --> 01:30:00.840] We'll get to you when we get done.
[01:30:00.840 --> 01:30:17.840] Could the end be nearer for the shopping mall?
[01:30:17.840 --> 01:30:19.840] Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:19.840 --> 01:30:23.840] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:23.840 --> 01:30:28.840] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too.
[01:30:28.840 --> 01:30:33.840] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[01:30:33.840 --> 01:30:36.840] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[01:30:36.840 --> 01:30:39.840] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[01:30:39.840 --> 01:30:43.840] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:30:43.840 --> 01:30:47.840] Start over with StartPage.
[01:30:47.840 --> 01:30:51.840] Retailers may have shot themselves in the foot with their biggest competitor, Amazon.
[01:30:51.840 --> 01:30:55.840] See, they lobbied state lawmakers to force Amazon to collect sales tax
[01:30:55.840 --> 01:30:58.840] so the online giant couldn't undercut prices.
[01:30:58.840 --> 01:31:01.840] But now that Amazon's charging sales tax in many states,
[01:31:01.840 --> 01:31:05.840] it figures it may as well open shipping centers in those states, too.
[01:31:05.840 --> 01:31:10.840] And that means Amazon could soon deliver goods to customers the same day they're purchased.
[01:31:10.840 --> 01:31:14.840] This radical move could put brick-and-mortar retailers out of business.
[01:31:14.840 --> 01:31:18.840] Who will drive to the store if they can have purchases on their doorstep within hours?
[01:31:18.840 --> 01:31:21.840] Lessen to retailers? Be careful what you wish for.
[01:31:21.840 --> 01:31:23.840] This plan backfired.
[01:31:23.840 --> 01:31:30.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:31:30.840 --> 01:31:35.840] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11.
[01:31:35.840 --> 01:31:37.840] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:31:37.840 --> 01:31:42.840] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:31:42.840 --> 01:31:45.840] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[01:31:45.840 --> 01:31:48.840] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying.
[01:31:48.840 --> 01:31:49.840] I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:31:49.840 --> 01:31:50.840] I'm a structural engineer.
[01:31:50.840 --> 01:31:52.840] I'm a New York City correction officer.
[01:31:52.840 --> 01:31:53.840] I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:31:53.840 --> 01:31:54.840] I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:31:54.840 --> 01:31:57.840] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth.
[01:31:57.840 --> 01:32:00.840] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[01:32:00.840 --> 01:32:04.840] After work, I'm so tired that I want to be left alone to sleep.
[01:32:04.840 --> 01:32:06.840] Hey, listen to me.
[01:32:06.840 --> 01:32:07.840] Who are you?
[01:32:07.840 --> 01:32:11.840] I'm you years ago when you felt healthy and young and everything worked on your body.
[01:32:11.840 --> 01:32:12.840] Do you remember that?
[01:32:12.840 --> 01:32:14.840] Yes. I wish I felt like that now.
[01:32:14.840 --> 01:32:19.840] You can feel like that again with a new micro-plant powder formulation called iDyNow.
[01:32:19.840 --> 01:32:24.840] It cleans the entire body from head to toe and feeds the body what it really needs.
[01:32:24.840 --> 01:32:27.840] You'll be in a better mood, and you'll find more drive in your romantic life.
[01:32:27.840 --> 01:32:31.840] Really? I got to try iDyNow. It'd feel good again.
[01:32:31.840 --> 01:32:35.840] It also protects you from radiation, heavy metals, fluoride, chlorine, and bromine,
[01:32:35.840 --> 01:32:37.840] including cancer and most major diseases.
[01:32:37.840 --> 01:32:40.840] You'll be amazed. You can be your own doctor.
[01:32:40.840 --> 01:32:43.840] I want to keep you out of the hospital and on pharmaceuticals.
[01:32:43.840 --> 01:32:45.840] Wow. Why are you so nice to me?
[01:32:45.840 --> 01:32:49.840] Because I'm you. You're out of shape, and I need a better-looking future.
[01:32:49.840 --> 01:32:55.840] Call 888-910-4367. That's 888-910-4367.
[01:32:55.840 --> 01:32:57.840] Or visit microplantpowder.com.
[01:32:57.840 --> 01:33:00.840] microplantpowder.com
[01:33:02.840 --> 01:33:05.840] Looking for some truth? You found it.
[01:33:05.840 --> 01:33:15.840] logosradionetwork.com
[01:33:36.840 --> 01:33:41.840] The wicked come with temptations
[01:33:41.840 --> 01:33:47.840] They're trying to buy the whole place
[01:33:47.840 --> 01:33:51.840] They want a boy from the nation
[01:33:51.840 --> 01:33:52.840] Okay. We are back.
[01:33:52.840 --> 01:33:55.840] Randy Kelton, Steve Skidmore. We've got radio.
[01:33:55.840 --> 01:34:00.840] And we're talking to Carol in Indiana about
[01:34:00.840 --> 01:34:07.840] her grandson has, was it, 97 warrants, felonies, and misdemeanors?
[01:34:07.840 --> 01:34:12.840] 47 or 49 were felonies, I was told by a IRS investigator.
[01:34:12.840 --> 01:34:18.840] And the rest, there were 98 warrants, I think, or 97 warrants.
[01:34:18.840 --> 01:34:22.840] And 47 to 49 were felonies, which the warrants that I've found...
[01:34:22.840 --> 01:34:23.840] How old is your grandson?
[01:34:23.840 --> 01:34:25.840] Okay. This is, hold on.
[01:34:25.840 --> 01:34:26.840] He's nine now.
[01:34:26.840 --> 01:34:27.840] Okay.
[01:34:27.840 --> 01:34:31.840] So this is clearly has nothing to do with a prosecution.
[01:34:31.840 --> 01:34:35.840] They're doing something else here to move money.
[01:34:35.840 --> 01:34:38.840] How are they moving money doing this?
[01:34:38.840 --> 01:34:41.840] And from who to who?
[01:34:41.840 --> 01:34:47.840] Okay. The warrants that I found within the judicial file,
[01:34:47.840 --> 01:34:50.840] I suspect that those are to just take properties
[01:34:50.840 --> 01:34:54.840] because one of the properties I said I suspected was from a dead veteran
[01:34:54.840 --> 01:34:58.840] that my daughter was made to look like she married somebody
[01:34:58.840 --> 01:35:00.840] and then gave them this dead veteran's property.
[01:35:00.840 --> 01:35:04.840] So those warrants are a separate issue than what I discovered,
[01:35:04.840 --> 01:35:07.840] what the IRS investigator discovered.
[01:35:07.840 --> 01:35:09.840] This is what Kathy Cox told me a few days before.
[01:35:09.840 --> 01:35:10.840] Hold on, hold on.
[01:35:10.840 --> 01:35:11.840] Wait, wait, hold on.
[01:35:11.840 --> 01:35:14.840] Dead veteran.
[01:35:14.840 --> 01:35:19.840] Is there any chance this veteran didn't have any heirs?
[01:35:19.840 --> 01:35:20.840] Or he didn't have a will.
[01:35:20.840 --> 01:35:24.840] In the state of Indiana the attorneys can just put liens on things
[01:35:24.840 --> 01:35:26.840] and I've caught them doing it over in Ohio too.
[01:35:26.840 --> 01:35:27.840] That's what I'm thinking.
[01:35:27.840 --> 01:35:35.840] They've got a guy that dies here and nobody comes up to claim the property.
[01:35:35.840 --> 01:35:39.840] So they run this scam so they can steal the property.
[01:35:39.840 --> 01:35:41.840] Right.
[01:35:41.840 --> 01:35:45.840] And that's been verified by somebody, but I can't say her name right now.
[01:35:45.840 --> 01:35:49.840] She's somewhere within side of this whole thing
[01:35:49.840 --> 01:35:55.840] and she told me that's what they've been doing for a while.
[01:35:55.840 --> 01:35:57.840] Okay, go ahead.
[01:35:57.840 --> 01:36:00.840] I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
[01:36:00.840 --> 01:36:02.840] Okay.
[01:36:02.840 --> 01:36:07.840] The warrants are a totally different issue and that's what they are is issues.
[01:36:07.840 --> 01:36:13.840] They're security issues or securities and they're worth $400,000 per felony.
[01:36:13.840 --> 01:36:16.840] So back, this is my understanding.
[01:36:16.840 --> 01:36:22.840] The criminal investigator Kathy Cox from Ogden, Utah,
[01:36:22.840 --> 01:36:31.840] said that someone there has accessed our National Criminal Warrant Database,
[01:36:31.840 --> 01:36:35.840] which is in Michigan, and that they're coming from,
[01:36:35.840 --> 01:36:39.840] the warrants are all listed as MIMIMI,
[01:36:39.840 --> 01:36:43.840] and that means they come from Wayne County, Detroit, Michigan, you know,
[01:36:43.840 --> 01:36:45.840] the bankrupt city.
[01:36:45.840 --> 01:36:49.840] And she told me that they had accessed the criminal database of the IRS
[01:36:49.840 --> 01:36:53.840] and of the criminal investigation unit and somebody had accessed it.
[01:36:53.840 --> 01:36:56.840] And it was later verified by an investigator.
[01:36:56.840 --> 01:37:02.840] Chief Chris Wolski, Chief of Police of Richmond City, Richmond, Indiana,
[01:37:02.840 --> 01:37:04.840] he said when I went in to talk to him,
[01:37:04.840 --> 01:37:07.840] and I had to tell him quickly because they didn't have time for me,
[01:37:07.840 --> 01:37:09.840] he said how did you find this out?
[01:37:09.840 --> 01:37:11.840] And I said does it not appear that someone,
[01:37:11.840 --> 01:37:15.840] he goes yes, someone has definitely given someone something.
[01:37:15.840 --> 01:37:18.840] They've been into the criminal warrant database.
[01:37:18.840 --> 01:37:20.840] So he verified that.
[01:37:20.840 --> 01:37:25.840] However, my friend Donna from Florida called me up and said guess what?
[01:37:25.840 --> 01:37:31.840] City of Richmond's trading underneath the City of Richmond Police Department
[01:37:31.840 --> 01:37:37.840] traffic division and it's trading under an unregistered LLC
[01:37:37.840 --> 01:37:41.840] that's with the Richmond City of Richmond Parks Department,
[01:37:41.840 --> 01:37:45.840] Highland Heights Golf Course.
[01:37:45.840 --> 01:37:51.840] And they had actually ran these children,
[01:37:51.840 --> 01:37:55.840] I actually have ordinances in my town and I won't even bring that up,
[01:37:55.840 --> 01:37:58.840] but anyway what's going on is they're running these,
[01:37:58.840 --> 01:38:02.840] at the IRS level all that is needed is a valid name
[01:38:02.840 --> 01:38:06.840] and they can change the last name any way they want to and a birth date
[01:38:06.840 --> 01:38:10.840] and all they want is the last five of us social and it has to be valid
[01:38:10.840 --> 01:38:12.840] and they can make them employees.
[01:38:12.840 --> 01:38:16.840] So my grandson in several instances was named,
[01:38:16.840 --> 01:38:19.840] the reported owner of the property was Paul Stickle.
[01:38:19.840 --> 01:38:21.840] He was named Cameron Stickle.
[01:38:21.840 --> 01:38:25.840] He was 24 years old in 2012.
[01:38:25.840 --> 01:38:29.840] He had felonies on the record and they had taken his first name
[01:38:29.840 --> 01:38:33.840] and tagged it onto this Mr. Stickle's last name
[01:38:33.840 --> 01:38:37.840] and they had used his social security number and made him an employee
[01:38:37.840 --> 01:38:40.840] of the unregistered golf course for the City of Richmond
[01:38:40.840 --> 01:38:45.840] and that is the man who was investigating this criminal,
[01:38:45.840 --> 01:38:47.840] continuing criminal enterprise.
[01:38:47.840 --> 01:38:52.840] And he was investigating because I went to these people,
[01:38:52.840 --> 01:38:57.840] the City of Richmond to file an identity theft report in October, November,
[01:38:57.840 --> 01:39:03.840] and then again in January of 2012, 2013 and I was told
[01:39:03.840 --> 01:39:07.840] that they would not take my daughter's identity theft
[01:39:07.840 --> 01:39:12.840] and identity theft affidavit until I once again called Laura Roberts,
[01:39:12.840 --> 01:39:14.840] the Deputy Sheriff and she said,
[01:39:14.840 --> 01:39:16.840] by golly they will take your identity theft.
[01:39:16.840 --> 01:39:20.840] She goes, it's identity fraud and I'm going to call you right back.
[01:39:20.840 --> 01:39:26.840] She made the captain profiteo who had previously got in my face
[01:39:26.840 --> 01:39:31.840] and was spitting at me, she made him take my identity theft report.
[01:39:31.840 --> 01:39:36.840] He was very nice until he saw the affidavit of identity theft
[01:39:36.840 --> 01:39:40.840] and the evidence and then he called Rachel up.
[01:39:40.840 --> 01:39:44.840] He wanted someone to come in and get the evidence and I went in
[01:39:44.840 --> 01:39:46.840] and I said, do you mean to tell me?
[01:39:46.840 --> 01:39:48.840] He goes, I'm not taking this evidence and let me tell you this,
[01:39:48.840 --> 01:39:51.840] me or the state of Indiana is going to investigate.
[01:39:51.840 --> 01:39:54.840] You got that lady?
[01:39:54.840 --> 01:39:57.840] And I said, I got that and I won't waste another minute of your time
[01:39:57.840 --> 01:39:59.840] and don't you dare waste another minute of mine.
[01:39:59.840 --> 01:40:03.840] Well then I went home and I made a summary up,
[01:40:03.840 --> 01:40:07.840] I wrote down the facts and I sent a registered mail right back to him.
[01:40:07.840 --> 01:40:10.840] I said, you're going to try to make it appear as if no one presented evidence
[01:40:10.840 --> 01:40:14.840] and I want you to know the evidence is here and you refuse the evidence.
[01:40:14.840 --> 01:40:18.840] So then we transported information up to the Corruption Task Force,
[01:40:18.840 --> 01:40:23.840] the Inspector General and the Attorney General to a Tim Horty.
[01:40:23.840 --> 01:40:28.840] Tim Horty sent it back down to Chief Chris Wolski who has done nothing to date
[01:40:28.840 --> 01:40:31.840] and nothing has been done and this is how it's done.
[01:40:31.840 --> 01:40:33.840] He's not going to.
[01:40:33.840 --> 01:40:41.840] He's not going to because he's part of it.
[01:40:41.840 --> 01:40:43.840] This is not just the fox watching the hen house,
[01:40:43.840 --> 01:40:48.840] it's every fox in the neighborhood watching the hen house.
[01:40:48.840 --> 01:40:50.840] Yeah and there was one other thing,
[01:40:50.840 --> 01:40:55.840] those foreclosures in there, there were bankruptcies filed on each and every one
[01:40:55.840 --> 01:41:00.840] and remember I said Charles and Annette Scott were the owners of the home reportedly?
[01:41:00.840 --> 01:41:03.840] I looked through the DocsPop records, the third party vendors,
[01:41:03.840 --> 01:41:06.840] and it would say Charles Scott sometimes was an attorney
[01:41:06.840 --> 01:41:09.840] and sometimes Annette Scott was an attorney.
[01:41:09.840 --> 01:41:13.840] Well Charles Scott, when I opened up that file it said that Charles Scott
[01:41:13.840 --> 01:41:19.840] inside that file, 025, the secret court case that I wasn't supposed to see the file,
[01:41:19.840 --> 01:41:23.840] said Charles Scott was Annette Scott's attorney, he had filed bankruptcy papers.
[01:41:23.840 --> 01:41:25.840] I opened it up and it was Chuck Hyde,
[01:41:25.840 --> 01:41:30.840] a local attorney who has since left the practice of law for five years
[01:41:30.840 --> 01:41:35.840] and he was wanted on 27 or 29 counts of fraud.
[01:41:35.840 --> 01:41:39.840] So every one of the properties in there had a bankruptcy filed with him
[01:41:39.840 --> 01:41:41.840] and they're running up through the City of Michigan,
[01:41:41.840 --> 01:41:44.840] those warrants are through the City of Michigan, Detroit, Michigan,
[01:41:44.840 --> 01:41:48.840] and if you think back to the 1933 Bankruptcy Act,
[01:41:48.840 --> 01:41:55.840] I can go further, Steve and Randy, but I really don't want to at this point.
[01:41:55.840 --> 01:41:57.840] I have a question.
[01:41:57.840 --> 01:42:04.840] Did you check to see who the bankruptcy trustee was on these bankruptcies?
[01:42:04.840 --> 01:42:08.840] Was it the same trustee?
[01:42:08.840 --> 01:42:11.840] They're different ones, they're in the federal level.
[01:42:11.840 --> 01:42:17.840] Good. Then that probably means that the Fed is not a part of the scam,
[01:42:17.840 --> 01:42:23.840] but the fact that they're using the bankruptcy absolutely drags you out into the Fed.
[01:42:23.840 --> 01:42:26.840] Take the state to the Fed, the Fed to the state.
[01:42:26.840 --> 01:42:29.840] Anyway, okay, just a thought.
[01:42:29.840 --> 01:42:32.840] I'll stop interrupting.
[01:42:32.840 --> 01:42:34.840] No, you're fine.
[01:42:34.840 --> 01:42:37.840] There were attorneys that entered this case back in 2012,
[01:42:37.840 --> 01:42:40.840] Wendy Beckner of Fowdy & Fowdy.
[01:42:40.840 --> 01:42:44.840] There was a Wendy Beckner of Fowdy & Fowdy,
[01:42:44.840 --> 01:42:47.840] I've accused them of being a foreclosure mill.
[01:42:47.840 --> 01:42:51.840] We had a settlement conference of sorts,
[01:42:51.840 --> 01:42:54.840] and she said, why didn't you take the insurance company?
[01:42:54.840 --> 01:42:57.840] I said, well, because it's my understanding they weren't in the room
[01:42:57.840 --> 01:43:00.840] when all the hazard insurance company, it didn't transpire.
[01:43:00.840 --> 01:43:04.840] I said, but I'll tell you what, we can take you into court if you want to.
[01:43:04.840 --> 01:43:07.840] I said, because inside that judicial file,
[01:43:07.840 --> 01:43:12.840] I found that all nine of those properties you have listed in this type order,
[01:43:12.840 --> 01:43:17.840] file number 4438, file, file, file number 4439,
[01:43:17.840 --> 01:43:21.840] file number 4440, file number 4441.
[01:43:21.840 --> 01:43:25.840] I said, do you want me to continue, Ms. Wendy Beckner?
[01:43:25.840 --> 01:43:29.840] And she shut up.
[01:43:29.840 --> 01:43:32.840] Well, see, that was back in March of 2013.
[01:43:32.840 --> 01:43:35.840] I had hired an attorney because the judge kept telling Rachel,
[01:43:35.840 --> 01:43:37.840] the clerk did, you've got to get an attorney.
[01:43:37.840 --> 01:43:40.840] So I hired, her and I hired an attorney.
[01:43:40.840 --> 01:43:42.840] The attorney doesn't do anything.
[01:43:42.840 --> 01:43:44.840] Wait, hold on, hold on, we're about to go to break.
[01:43:44.840 --> 01:43:46.840] This is Randy Kelton, Steve Skidmore.
[01:43:46.840 --> 01:43:48.840] We will go to radio.
[01:43:48.840 --> 01:43:51.840] Our calling number is 512-646-1984.
[01:43:51.840 --> 01:43:59.840] We'll be right back.
[01:43:59.840 --> 01:44:03.840] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics?
[01:44:03.840 --> 01:44:04.840] Sorry.
[01:44:04.840 --> 01:44:07.840] Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve?
[01:44:07.840 --> 01:44:08.840] What?
[01:44:08.840 --> 01:44:12.840] What could be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity?
[01:44:12.840 --> 01:44:15.840] Hi, my name is Steve Holt, and like millions of other Americans,
[01:44:15.840 --> 01:44:18.840] I was diagnosed with stupidity at an early age.
[01:44:18.840 --> 01:44:21.840] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease
[01:44:21.840 --> 01:44:24.840] is found in almost every home in America, the television.
[01:44:24.840 --> 01:44:28.840] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity,
[01:44:28.840 --> 01:44:29.840] but there is hope.
[01:44:29.840 --> 01:44:31.840] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me
[01:44:31.840 --> 01:44:35.840] and thousands of other foxaholics suffering from sports-zombieism recover.
[01:44:35.840 --> 01:44:38.840] And because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading
[01:44:38.840 --> 01:44:42.840] and watching educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested.
[01:44:42.840 --> 01:44:45.840] So if you or anybody you know suffers from stupidity,
[01:44:45.840 --> 01:44:49.840] then you need to call 512-480-2503
[01:44:49.840 --> 01:44:54.840] or visit them in 1904 Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com.

[01:46:00.840 --> 01:46:28.840] Thank you.
[01:46:30.840 --> 01:46:39.840] Okay, we are back.
[01:46:39.840 --> 01:46:42.840] Randy Kelton, Steve Skidmore, Rule of Law Radio,
[01:46:42.840 --> 01:46:45.840] and we're talking to Carol in Indiana.
[01:46:45.840 --> 01:46:48.840] Go ahead, Carol.
[01:46:48.840 --> 01:46:51.840] The plot is thickening here.
[01:46:51.840 --> 01:46:55.840] I wanted to mention to the listeners and to you gentlemen
[01:46:55.840 --> 01:47:02.840] that when this was originally filed in September 29th of 2012,
[01:47:02.840 --> 01:47:08.840] the Mears didn't come in until like two days after they filed
[01:47:08.840 --> 01:47:12.840] the wrongful foreclosure to assign the property.
[01:47:12.840 --> 01:47:17.840] And then my daughter counterclaimed at 12-28 of 2012,
[01:47:17.840 --> 01:47:21.840] and she named in personal and professional capacity
[01:47:21.840 --> 01:47:23.840] the individuals that I named.
[01:47:23.840 --> 01:47:25.840] She named Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
[01:47:25.840 --> 01:47:27.840] She named Fidelity National Title,
[01:47:27.840 --> 01:47:29.840] a Brian Steckler to be exact.
[01:47:29.840 --> 01:47:33.840] He's an attorney for attorney's lawyer's title.
[01:47:33.840 --> 01:47:36.840] She named Lingo Real Estate, all the real estate agents.
[01:47:36.840 --> 01:47:38.840] She named Abstract Title of Richmond.
[01:47:38.840 --> 01:47:41.840] She named MetLife Bank.
[01:47:41.840 --> 01:47:47.840] She named Tennessee First National Bank,
[01:47:47.840 --> 01:47:51.840] and what was the name of that bank that she got?
[01:47:51.840 --> 01:47:55.840] Anyway, the bank that she got the home loan from.
[01:47:55.840 --> 01:47:56.840] I forget the name of it now.
[01:47:56.840 --> 01:47:58.840] The one in Tennessee?
[01:47:58.840 --> 01:48:01.840] Well, it's housed under the one in Tennessee.
[01:48:01.840 --> 01:48:05.840] It was the one she actually got the mortgage from, she thought.
[01:48:05.840 --> 01:48:08.840] So she named all the parties in a counter complaint.
[01:48:08.840 --> 01:48:10.840] She did her admissions and denials,
[01:48:10.840 --> 01:48:12.840] and they have not effectively answered that to date.
[01:48:12.840 --> 01:48:16.840] The only one that even attempted to was after we hired an attorney
[01:48:16.840 --> 01:48:21.840] named Andrew Thompson, who we paid money to every month
[01:48:21.840 --> 01:48:24.840] and a retainer, a nice one, and he put in an appearance form
[01:48:24.840 --> 01:48:27.840] with a totally new address in another county,
[01:48:27.840 --> 01:48:29.840] and I don't think that's a mistake either.
[01:48:29.840 --> 01:48:31.840] And then on the day of settlement,
[01:48:31.840 --> 01:48:33.840] U.S. bank attorney Wendy Beckner came in
[01:48:33.840 --> 01:48:39.840] and put in a one-page answer to Rachel's 1228 counterclaim,
[01:48:39.840 --> 01:48:43.840] and they failed to even answer the first 11 pages
[01:48:43.840 --> 01:48:46.840] of the admissions and denials that they originally put in the case,
[01:48:46.840 --> 01:48:48.840] and none of the others have answered to date.
[01:48:48.840 --> 01:48:51.840] So that means they stand as fact.
[01:48:51.840 --> 01:48:54.840] They have not answered those or disputed those facts
[01:48:54.840 --> 01:48:56.840] that were put into that.
[01:48:56.840 --> 01:49:03.840] Have you moved for default judgment on the undisputed accusations?
[01:49:03.840 --> 01:49:08.840] I'm going, I'm on the process of that when I get off of here tonight,
[01:49:08.840 --> 01:49:09.840] and I'm working on it now,
[01:49:09.840 --> 01:49:12.840] but I have done a couple of other things since then,
[01:49:12.840 --> 01:49:15.840] but they brought in a new law firm.
[01:49:15.840 --> 01:49:18.840] They brought in Lewis and Capps, Tammy L. Ortman,
[01:49:18.840 --> 01:49:21.840] and I'm not sure if it's her daughter Jennifer Ortman.
[01:49:21.840 --> 01:49:23.840] I haven't met her yet,
[01:49:23.840 --> 01:49:28.840] but they brought in an international proclaimed law firm,
[01:49:28.840 --> 01:49:31.840] and she entered into the case around March.
[01:49:31.840 --> 01:49:35.840] She did discovery requests and put in some new exhibits
[01:49:35.840 --> 01:49:38.840] kind of similar to the U.S. bank's exhibits,
[01:49:38.840 --> 01:49:43.840] and then I had put in the two-page document, the mortgage I had told you about.
[01:49:43.840 --> 01:49:47.840] So here comes Tammy Ortman, and, you know, we protest.
[01:49:47.840 --> 01:49:53.840] We denied and objected to trying to basically start a new case on paper
[01:49:53.840 --> 01:49:55.840] through discovery requests.
[01:49:55.840 --> 01:49:57.840] Well, then they moved for deposition,
[01:49:57.840 --> 01:50:01.840] and we don't have an attorney anymore because we caught the old attorney
[01:50:01.840 --> 01:50:05.840] sifting the insurance funds behind the scenes back in November of 2013,
[01:50:05.840 --> 01:50:08.840] so we've been with that one, and we're fine with that.
[01:50:08.840 --> 01:50:13.840] So, but Tammy Ortman came in with these two exhibits, a loan and a mortgage,
[01:50:13.840 --> 01:50:16.840] and I objected, or my daughter objected,
[01:50:16.840 --> 01:50:18.840] and anyway she went to the deposition,
[01:50:18.840 --> 01:50:20.840] and I went into the deposition with her,
[01:50:20.840 --> 01:50:23.840] and I asked for permission to be a note-taker,
[01:50:23.840 --> 01:50:26.840] and Tammy Ortman threw her head back and laughed,
[01:50:26.840 --> 01:50:29.840] and I said, do you understand that you're committing various crimes
[01:50:29.840 --> 01:50:33.840] and that I have a right to be here and to take the notes for my daughter?
[01:50:33.840 --> 01:50:35.840] And she said, no, you don't. No, you don't.
[01:50:35.840 --> 01:50:41.840] Well, my daughter, she said, if you leave this room, I'll have you sanctioned.
[01:50:41.840 --> 01:50:43.840] I'll have you fined for the whole cost.
[01:50:43.840 --> 01:50:46.840] And Rachel looked at me. I said, she could do that.
[01:50:46.840 --> 01:50:48.840] And then Rachel looked at me again and was panicking
[01:50:48.840 --> 01:50:53.840] because she's been taught a certain way that she has to have a lawyer,
[01:50:53.840 --> 01:50:57.840] and we just can't afford one, and we don't want one at this point,
[01:50:57.840 --> 01:50:59.840] not after what's happened.
[01:50:59.840 --> 01:51:02.840] We've been damaged. I'll never trust another again.
[01:51:02.840 --> 01:51:06.840] So Rachel started to – she looked at me again.
[01:51:06.840 --> 01:51:08.840] Tammy Ortman said – Tammy Ortman, this attorney, said,
[01:51:08.840 --> 01:51:11.840] if you leave this room, I'm telling you right now, I'll sanction you.
[01:51:11.840 --> 01:51:14.840] I said, are you threatening her?
[01:51:14.840 --> 01:51:17.840] And then Rachel said, can you give me a minute to this, Ms. Ortman?
[01:51:17.840 --> 01:51:19.840] And we left the room, and Rachel said, what do I do, Mom?
[01:51:19.840 --> 01:51:22.840] And I said, just go in there because this is discovery,
[01:51:22.840 --> 01:51:24.840] and you don't want to cause any kind of scene or anything.
[01:51:24.840 --> 01:51:26.840] I want you to go in there and just tell the truth.
[01:51:26.840 --> 01:51:28.840] I said, you know the facts of your case.
[01:51:28.840 --> 01:51:30.840] You just need to go in there and watch out for her
[01:51:30.840 --> 01:51:33.840] because she'll be trying to box you into stuff, you know, whatever.
[01:51:33.840 --> 01:51:36.840] Just do your best, Rachel. I'll be out here waiting on you.
[01:51:36.840 --> 01:51:41.840] So she went in, and I was sitting out in the lobby about five minutes,
[01:51:41.840 --> 01:51:42.840] and I opened up my computer.
[01:51:42.840 --> 01:51:46.840] I was trying to get on the Internet, and there were three connections.
[01:51:46.840 --> 01:51:49.840] And all three connections, one of them was to the attorney,
[01:51:49.840 --> 01:51:53.840] the other one was to the court reporter, Mr. Connors,
[01:51:53.840 --> 01:51:54.840] and the other one was to the hotel.
[01:51:54.840 --> 01:51:56.840] I went up and asked, and they said, that's ours.
[01:51:56.840 --> 01:52:00.840] The other two must be the only conference room we have. It must be theirs.
[01:52:00.840 --> 01:52:04.840] And I could tell it was his. It said Jim Connors. That's his name.
[01:52:04.840 --> 01:52:07.840] He's a reporter and a notary.
[01:52:07.840 --> 01:52:13.840] So we left, and Rachel came out about two hours later,
[01:52:13.840 --> 01:52:17.840] and she said she took my driver's license, and she snatched it right out of my hand.
[01:52:17.840 --> 01:52:19.840] She said she wanted to see how my name was spelled,
[01:52:19.840 --> 01:52:21.840] and she took it, and she started writing down.
[01:52:21.840 --> 01:52:24.840] And I said, well, she said that makes me mad.
[01:52:24.840 --> 01:52:26.840] She said, I don't even want to continue, and she treated you rude.
[01:52:26.840 --> 01:52:28.840] I said, don't worry about how she treated me.
[01:52:28.840 --> 01:52:30.840] It's on the record. She wasn't being reasonable.
[01:52:30.840 --> 01:52:33.840] She wouldn't let me take notes. Don't worry about it.
[01:52:33.840 --> 01:52:37.840] So anyway, Rachel went back in, and she told me what she had said.
[01:52:37.840 --> 01:52:39.840] She had written down what she had said.
[01:52:39.840 --> 01:52:42.840] She went back in, and she ended up leaving a half an hour later.
[01:52:42.840 --> 01:52:45.840] The lady kept asking her the same questions, what Rachel told me.
[01:52:45.840 --> 01:52:48.840] And so Rachel came out. She said, I'm not going back in there.
[01:52:48.840 --> 01:52:52.840] And I said, well, did you leave that with her, a copy, or leave that with her?
[01:52:52.840 --> 01:52:54.840] And she said no, and so I took it up the front desk,
[01:52:54.840 --> 01:52:58.840] made a copy, stuck it underneath the door, and we left.
[01:52:58.840 --> 01:53:00.840] I come home.
[01:53:00.840 --> 01:53:03.840] And I'm looking through these two days later,
[01:53:03.840 --> 01:53:06.840] we get a motion saying she's moving for sanctions.
[01:53:06.840 --> 01:53:08.840] She's going to charge Rachel for everything.
[01:53:08.840 --> 01:53:10.840] Rachel calls to all this ruckus.
[01:53:10.840 --> 01:53:12.840] She didn't answer the question. She didn't do this.
[01:53:12.840 --> 01:53:16.840] And she had another, that same exhibit, B, the mortgage.
[01:53:16.840 --> 01:53:20.840] And I thought, I'm going to have to get up here and look a little deeper.
[01:53:20.840 --> 01:53:22.840] I'm going to go back into the old papers.
[01:53:22.840 --> 01:53:25.840] I went and looked at the first exhibit from U.S. Bank
[01:53:25.840 --> 01:53:27.840] that they had produced in the mortgage,
[01:53:27.840 --> 01:53:32.840] and then I looked at mine with no initials and the two-sided document.
[01:53:32.840 --> 01:53:37.840] This Tammy Ortman took the double-sided document
[01:53:37.840 --> 01:53:40.840] that I discovered and put into the case,
[01:53:40.840 --> 01:53:43.840] and she took the signatures from the first U.S. Bank
[01:53:43.840 --> 01:53:47.840] and transported them onto my document
[01:53:47.840 --> 01:53:51.840] and entered them into the court case without the Schedule A.
[01:53:51.840 --> 01:53:55.840] Forgery and aggravated perjury brought upon the court.
[01:53:55.840 --> 01:53:58.840] And she entered them without the Schedule A
[01:53:58.840 --> 01:54:03.840] into the court itself without the Schedule A.
[01:54:03.840 --> 01:54:05.840] And I thought, why would she be doing that?
[01:54:05.840 --> 01:54:08.840] Why isn't she putting the property description in there?
[01:54:08.840 --> 01:54:11.840] Oh, I bet you she's going to the county property now.
[01:54:11.840 --> 01:54:15.840] And the anchor dates or the dates match up perfectly
[01:54:15.840 --> 01:54:20.840] with the fact that U.S. Bank came into the county property.
[01:54:20.840 --> 01:54:23.840] So not only are they on my daughter's property,
[01:54:23.840 --> 01:54:28.840] but they're on the 4385 U.S. 35
[01:54:28.840 --> 01:54:31.840] and now the 1007 State Route 38.
[01:54:31.840 --> 01:54:34.840] U.S. Bank weaves in and out of it like clockwork,
[01:54:34.840 --> 01:54:36.840] just like clockwork on these anchor dates.
[01:54:36.840 --> 01:54:39.840] Remember I told you the lady was telling me about the anchor dates?
[01:54:39.840 --> 01:54:41.840] They come in and out of it.
[01:54:41.840 --> 01:54:43.840] And she entered that into court,
[01:54:43.840 --> 01:54:46.840] and the judge ruled within two days of that motion
[01:54:46.840 --> 01:54:49.840] without Rachel even getting a chance to answer
[01:54:49.840 --> 01:54:52.840] that she was going to have two separate hearings.
[01:54:52.840 --> 01:54:57.840] And then after that, she was to submit to the deposition
[01:54:57.840 --> 01:55:00.840] without giving her the 20 days that I thought was required
[01:55:00.840 --> 01:55:03.840] for her to answer this sanction motion.
[01:55:03.840 --> 01:55:06.840] Overshadowing.
[01:55:06.840 --> 01:55:10.840] Well, they're wrapping up the nine cases within that file
[01:55:10.840 --> 01:55:12.840] while my daughter's sitting here knowing this,
[01:55:12.840 --> 01:55:15.840] thinking it's okay to do this, and it's not okay with me anymore.
[01:55:15.840 --> 01:55:19.840] And furthermore, I went and ordered the transcripts they sent
[01:55:19.840 --> 01:55:23.840] and I read an E-R-R-A-T-A sheet for the deposition,
[01:55:23.840 --> 01:55:26.840] and I call up the company in New Jersey
[01:55:26.840 --> 01:55:28.840] who provides those transcripts, and they said,
[01:55:28.840 --> 01:55:29.840] do you want both?
[01:55:29.840 --> 01:55:31.840] And I said, what do you mean both?
[01:55:31.840 --> 01:55:33.840] Remember I told you the attorney, Tammy L. Ortman,
[01:55:33.840 --> 01:55:36.840] would not let me attend to take notes?
[01:55:36.840 --> 01:55:37.840] Right.
[01:55:37.840 --> 01:55:39.840] The lady goes, she said,
[01:55:39.840 --> 01:55:43.840] do you want Rachel Diddy's and Carlo Isaac?
[01:55:43.840 --> 01:55:44.840] I said, Carlo?
[01:55:44.840 --> 01:55:45.840] Absolutely.
[01:55:45.840 --> 01:55:47.840] She said, yeah.
[01:55:47.840 --> 01:55:53.840] They took my deposition.
[01:55:53.840 --> 01:55:55.840] Are you saying they took your deposition
[01:55:55.840 --> 01:55:57.840] and you didn't know about it?
[01:55:57.840 --> 01:55:59.840] Right.
[01:55:59.840 --> 01:56:00.840] Interesting.
[01:56:00.840 --> 01:56:03.840] They took my deposition, and the transcriber
[01:56:03.840 --> 01:56:05.840] and the court reporter filled it out,
[01:56:05.840 --> 01:56:07.840] and I wasn't even allowed in to take notes,
[01:56:07.840 --> 01:56:09.840] I actually pled that in the sanction motion.
[01:56:09.840 --> 01:56:12.840] She pledged that this is a non-party, a family member.
[01:56:12.840 --> 01:56:14.840] I told her she would not be allowed in,
[01:56:14.840 --> 01:56:16.840] and she wasn't going to tell anybody.
[01:56:16.840 --> 01:56:19.840] They even named me Carlo Isaac, a guy name.
[01:56:19.840 --> 01:56:25.840] I'm Carol.
[01:56:25.840 --> 01:56:27.840] Okay, you've ordered the transcripts.
[01:56:27.840 --> 01:56:29.840] I take it you don't have them yet.
[01:56:29.840 --> 01:56:30.840] I have them.
[01:56:30.840 --> 01:56:31.840] I have them.
[01:56:31.840 --> 01:56:32.840] Oh.
[01:56:32.840 --> 01:56:33.840] It's me.
[01:56:33.840 --> 01:56:36.840] What did you say in there?
[01:56:36.840 --> 01:56:37.840] Did you say anything interesting?
[01:56:37.840 --> 01:56:39.840] I asked her if I could take notes.
[01:56:39.840 --> 01:56:42.840] Well, I thought I said some things interesting,
[01:56:42.840 --> 01:56:45.840] but the court reporter who was clearly biased,
[01:56:45.840 --> 01:56:48.840] whenever he didn't write down everything I said,
[01:56:48.840 --> 01:56:50.840] he just wrote down some stuff.
[01:56:50.840 --> 01:56:52.840] So he shouldn't even have taken it,
[01:56:52.840 --> 01:56:55.840] maybe not being sworn in or any of that.
[01:56:55.840 --> 01:56:57.840] He should never have taken it, I don't feel.
[01:56:57.840 --> 01:57:00.840] So yeah, I said some things in there
[01:57:00.840 --> 01:57:02.840] that under common law exist,
[01:57:02.840 --> 01:57:06.840] and so does my right as her mother,
[01:57:06.840 --> 01:57:08.840] and all I want to do is take notes.
[01:57:08.840 --> 01:57:10.840] And she said, absolutely not.
[01:57:10.840 --> 01:57:12.840] And I said, you mean to tell me
[01:57:12.840 --> 01:57:16.840] that you're not going to allow me to sit in and take notes?
[01:57:16.840 --> 01:57:18.840] Absolutely not.
[01:57:18.840 --> 01:57:21.840] Okay, any time you go to a desperate deposition,
[01:57:21.840 --> 01:57:25.840] take two recorders with you.
[01:57:25.840 --> 01:57:26.840] Keep one in your pocket.
[01:57:26.840 --> 01:57:28.840] Put the other one on the table.
[01:57:28.840 --> 01:57:33.840] And when they tell you to turn the recorder off,
[01:57:33.840 --> 01:57:36.840] sure, no problem, turn it off.
[01:57:36.840 --> 01:57:41.840] They never think to ask you if you have another one.
[01:57:41.840 --> 01:57:44.840] We had a guy from New York call in
[01:57:44.840 --> 01:57:49.840] and played for us the recording of the police officers
[01:57:49.840 --> 01:57:52.840] trying to figure out how to erase the recording
[01:57:52.840 --> 01:57:56.840] on the first recorder.
[01:57:56.840 --> 01:57:58.840] That was a hoot.
[01:57:58.840 --> 01:58:00.840] Very good.
[01:58:00.840 --> 01:58:03.840] Yeah, you want to check your state's wiretap laws
[01:58:03.840 --> 01:58:04.840] before you do that,
[01:58:04.840 --> 01:58:08.840] because in some states you've got to notify both parties.
[01:58:08.840 --> 01:58:10.840] Texas is a one-party state.
[01:58:10.840 --> 01:58:12.840] You don't have to tell anybody else
[01:58:12.840 --> 01:58:15.840] that you're recording your own conversation.
[01:58:15.840 --> 01:58:18.840] It is a two-party state here.
[01:58:18.840 --> 01:58:21.840] The only one I know of is Pennsylvania.
[01:58:21.840 --> 01:58:23.840] The rest I don't know pretty well.
[01:58:23.840 --> 01:58:26.840] No expectation of privacy to someone
[01:58:26.840 --> 01:58:28.840] with whom you're in conversation.
[01:58:28.840 --> 01:58:29.840] Hang on.
[01:58:29.840 --> 01:58:30.840] We're about to go to break.
[01:58:30.840 --> 01:58:32.840] Randy Kelton, Steve Kiddmore,
[01:58:32.840 --> 01:58:37.840] we're calling number 512-646-1984.
[01:58:37.840 --> 01:58:40.840] We're about to go into our third hour,
[01:58:40.840 --> 01:58:44.840] and we'll probably do a couple more segments on this
[01:58:44.840 --> 01:58:46.840] and then start taking calls.
[01:58:46.840 --> 01:58:49.840] We'll be right back.
[01:58:49.840 --> 01:58:53.840] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world,
[01:58:53.840 --> 01:58:55.840] yet countless readers are frustrated
[01:58:55.840 --> 01:58:57.840] because they struggle to understand it.
[01:58:57.840 --> 01:59:01.840] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text,
[01:59:01.840 --> 01:59:03.840] but in the process can compromise
[01:59:03.840 --> 01:59:06.840] the profound meaning of the Scripture.
[01:59:06.840 --> 01:59:08.840] Enter the recovery version.
[01:59:08.840 --> 01:59:12.840] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate,
[01:59:12.840 --> 01:59:17.840] but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes.
[01:59:17.840 --> 01:59:21.840] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way,
[01:59:21.840 --> 01:59:24.840] providing an entrance into the riches of the Word
[01:59:24.840 --> 01:59:27.840] beyond which you've ever experienced before.
[01:59:27.840 --> 01:59:29.840] Bibles for America would like to give you
[01:59:29.840 --> 01:59:32.840] a free recovery version simply for the asking.
