[00:08.120 --> 00:09.120] at thelibertybeat.com.
[00:09.120 --> 00:14.200] I'm Brian Hagan with your Liberty Beat for Monday, May 5th, 2014.
[00:14.200 --> 00:23.080] Gold opened today at $1,314, silver opened at $19.65, and Bitcoin is trading at $433.66.
[00:23.080 --> 00:26.920] Support for the Liberty Beat comes from voice and exit, maximizing human flourishing through
[00:26.920 --> 00:27.920] radical innovation.

[00:29.440 --> 00:33.720] 10% off of promo code FREEDOM, June 21st at Austin Music Hall.
[00:33.720 --> 00:36.480] Get yours at voiceandexit.com.
[00:36.480 --> 00:39.480] And support comes from Dorothy Erminger at Cap Star Lending.
[00:39.480 --> 00:45.760] For your residential mortgage needs, call Dorothy, 512-343-6494, or apply online at
[00:45.760 --> 00:50.640] calledorothy.com, in MLS 216-624.
[00:50.640 --> 00:55.960] On Thursday, the Austin City Council approved up to $270,000 for the purchase of a Lincoln
[00:55.960 --> 00:58.120] Bearcat armored vehicle.
[00:58.120 --> 01:02.560] The purchase is meant to replace one of two armored military-style vehicles already owned
[01:02.560 --> 01:04.560] by the Austin Police Department.
[01:04.560 --> 01:08.720] In an interview with the Liberty Beat, Mayor Lee Leffingwell said the intended use for
[01:08.720 --> 01:10.720] the Bearcat is a hostage situation.
[01:10.720 --> 01:13.920] I would say that's the example that comes to mind.
[01:13.920 --> 01:18.680] Somebody's boarded up in a building with a hostage, that would be the primary situation.
[01:18.680 --> 01:23.880] When asked if APD has ever used a Bearcat in a hostage situation, or if at all, Leffingwell
[01:23.880 --> 01:24.880] responded.
[01:24.880 --> 01:30.960] Sometimes they bring out a SWAT vehicle in a situation where somebody might be cornered.
[01:30.960 --> 01:36.440] They're used on a fairly regular basis, not necessarily with a formal siege or anything
[01:36.440 --> 01:39.200] like that, but just some stand-by ready position.
[01:39.200 --> 01:43.520] The mayor did not provide an example of a previous situation where somebody might be
[01:43.520 --> 01:49.840] cornered, leaving the intended everyday use of the Bearcat unspecified.
[01:49.840 --> 01:54.320] In an apparent attempt to demonize the police to legalize marijuana in the United States,
[01:54.320 --> 01:58.680] two top military officials implied last week that the effort is negatively impacting the
[01:58.680 --> 02:01.920] messages sent to the nation's allies in the war on drugs.
[02:01.920 --> 02:07.320] Admiral Robert J. Papp Jr., head of the U.S. Coast Guard, stated that Colombia and Nicaragua
[02:07.320 --> 02:12.120] are confused by legalization legislation, while Marine Corps General John Kelly, head
[02:12.120 --> 02:16.440] of U.S. Southern Command, said such legislation is making the U.S. appear hypocritical and
[02:16.440 --> 02:18.920] uncaring about the drug war.
[02:18.920 --> 02:22.580] Their comments came during a congressional hearing held to focus on the challenges of
[02:22.580 --> 02:25.200] cracking down on drug smugglers.
[02:25.200 --> 02:28.200] Support for Liberty Beat comes from My Magic Mud.
[02:28.200 --> 02:33.120] All natural teeth whitener, go to MyMagicMud.com to hear a short interview with Dr. Griffin
[02:33.120 --> 02:34.120] Cole.
[02:34.120 --> 02:35.120] That's MyMagicMud.com.
[02:35.120 --> 02:41.640] And support comes from Brave New Books, now offering Pro Pure Water Filtration, the only
[02:41.640 --> 02:47.120] gravity-driven all-in-one fluoride removal system that also alkalizes the water.
[02:47.120 --> 02:53.160] Find them in Austin at 1904 Guadalupe Street or online at BraveNewBookstore.com.
[02:53.160 --> 02:57.200] This is the Liberty Beat for Monday, May 5th, 2014.
[02:57.200 --> 03:27.120] Check out the website at theLibertyBeat.com.
[04:27.200 --> 04:28.200] All right, folks.
[04:28.200 --> 04:29.200] Good evening.
[04:29.200 --> 04:32.160] This is the Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show with your host, Eddie Craig.
[04:32.160 --> 04:36.600] It is May 5th, 2014, and we are live tonight.
[04:36.600 --> 04:42.440] Now, there's a couple things going on here that I would like to get some feedback on
[04:42.440 --> 04:44.680] as we go.
[04:44.680 --> 04:50.280] If you do not know or you do not participate in Facebook, then this is going to be a little
[04:50.280 --> 04:53.320] bit harder, but I'll figure out some way of doing it.
[04:53.320 --> 04:57.200] Let's try this first with an email.
[04:57.200 --> 05:04.040] My email address is eddieddie at ruleoflawradio.com.
[05:04.040 --> 05:09.680] What I am considering doing is that later toward the end of this year, September, October,
[05:09.680 --> 05:15.560] somewhere around that timeframe, is to hold a due process seminar similar to the traffic
[05:15.560 --> 05:21.600] seminar that we had the first time in 2009, but this is going to be the other side of
[05:21.600 --> 05:22.600] that coin.
[05:22.600 --> 05:30.200] This is going to be strictly with dealing with the courts and practicing what to do
[05:30.200 --> 05:35.200] in court when you're having to go in to fight these citations.
[05:35.200 --> 05:39.280] And just like before, this is going to take some time to get it out there as far as getting
[05:39.280 --> 05:45.460] it taught and to go over it, and that's going to require us at least a week in to do it.
[05:45.460 --> 05:50.040] So what I'm looking for, if you would please, is at that email address.
[05:50.040 --> 05:56.160] Please send me an email letting me know whether or not you would be willing to participate.
[05:56.160 --> 05:59.880] Now at the moment, I'm not sure how the pricing on this is going to set up.
[05:59.880 --> 06:05.880] I don't know what we're going to include, but this is the plan I have at the moment.
[06:05.880 --> 06:10.280] As you all know, or most of you should know, I'm doing a second book which deals specifically
[06:10.280 --> 06:17.320] with the actual court side of this.
[06:17.320 --> 06:21.480] And the title of that book is Navigating the Injustice System.
[06:21.480 --> 06:26.800] And that deals strictly with how to handle everything that goes on in court, and it is
[06:26.800 --> 06:31.680] the book that the legal pleadings that are in the original traffic seminar will become
[06:31.680 --> 06:35.240] attached to for any new purchases.
[06:35.240 --> 06:40.880] When you buy the seminar for any new purchases, you're going to get the new book with the
[06:40.880 --> 06:45.580] court documents, since those are the two things that are directly related.
[06:45.580 --> 06:52.120] If you have the original seminar and book, then you'll be able to get the new book for
[06:52.120 --> 06:57.200] just whatever cost we're selling that book for, not having to pay for the whole seminar
[06:57.200 --> 07:00.640] again, and vice versa.
[07:00.640 --> 07:06.600] If you get the new seminar and you want the traffic book to learn how to read, research
[07:06.600 --> 07:11.360] and understand statutes, especially the transportation code for here in Texas, then you'll be able
[07:11.360 --> 07:15.280] to get that at the individual price that we're setting the new book for if you already have
[07:15.280 --> 07:16.280] the old one.
[07:16.280 --> 07:17.280] All right?
[07:17.280 --> 07:18.280] You understand all that?
[07:18.280 --> 07:19.280] I hope so.
[07:19.280 --> 07:23.400] In any case, if you need clarification, just let me know in the email and I'll do that.
[07:23.400 --> 07:28.700] But what I need to know before I can begin any arrangements for any of this is how many
[07:28.700 --> 07:32.240] people would actually be willing to participate.
[07:32.240 --> 07:38.200] Now if you are on Facebook, I'm going to make an announcement for that on Facebook and try
[07:38.200 --> 07:41.040] to get a headcount there as well.
[07:41.040 --> 07:46.640] If you want to participate on Facebook, all you have to do is look up my page, Tau Law,
[07:46.640 --> 07:53.520] T-A-O space L-A-U-W, since I had to change it, Facebook forced me to take it from L-A-W
[07:53.520 --> 07:56.840] to L-A-U-W for some unknown reason.
[07:56.840 --> 07:58.880] They wanted to say that it's not my real name.
[07:58.880 --> 08:02.320] Well, who are they to determine what my real name is or isn't?
[08:02.320 --> 08:03.320] But that's beside the point.
[08:03.320 --> 08:08.600] In any case, if you want to look it up on Facebook, I haven't posted it yet, but I will.
[08:08.600 --> 08:15.280] Just go there and look for T-A-O space L-A-U-W, send me a friend request and I will add you
[08:15.280 --> 08:19.160] and you'll be able to see whatever I post on it as well as any events I schedule for
[08:19.160 --> 08:20.300] it.
[08:20.300 --> 08:26.200] And that way I'll try to get a headcount and see whether or not this will be viable.
[08:26.200 --> 08:33.120] I'm hoping that the way things are going, that we will get far more participants in
[08:33.120 --> 08:36.840] this one than we did in the original traffic seminar.
[08:36.840 --> 08:42.080] The reason is, is that what you're going to learn in this will go far beyond what you
[08:42.080 --> 08:46.480] learned in the traffic seminar on how to deal with what's going on.
[08:46.480 --> 08:52.240] Now, I've also got a two and a half hour video that I did for Infowars that's been out since
[08:52.240 --> 08:53.240] April.
[08:53.240 --> 08:58.800] Well, I don't remember how long it's been, it's been out for a while now, but anyway,
[08:58.800 --> 09:03.400] that video goes through a lot of what we're going to be talking about, but it by no means
[09:03.400 --> 09:08.200] goes into specific details relating to court and everything else.
[09:08.200 --> 09:11.560] It does go into what transportation is and what it isn't.
[09:11.560 --> 09:17.440] It does go into the traffic stop script, trying to teach you what's happening at the traffic
[09:17.440 --> 09:22.120] stop and why you need to be doing the things that are in the script and the purpose for
[09:22.120 --> 09:23.120] it.
[09:23.120 --> 09:27.200] So, if you haven't watched the video, please go do that.
[09:27.200 --> 09:33.680] I believe it's up on YouTube under the title of Secrets Police Don't Want You to Know among
[09:33.680 --> 09:38.720] several others, but you can also just do a search for my name and find it.
[09:38.720 --> 09:44.200] There's one on there that someone edited out everything on Infowars except for my actual
[09:44.200 --> 09:49.040] part of the video and reposted it, so you can look and see what that's under as well
[09:49.040 --> 09:51.800] if you just do a search on my name, Eddie Craig.
[09:51.800 --> 09:57.880] Now, like I say, that video, however, does not go into detail on dealing with the court
[09:57.880 --> 10:05.040] side of what happens, and it goes beyond traffic because it will also work for you in virtually
[10:05.040 --> 10:10.280] any type of court case as far as knowing what your rights are versus what they're doing
[10:10.280 --> 10:14.520] right and wrong to deprive you of those rights.
[10:14.520 --> 10:18.560] They're either protecting them or they're denying them to you, and you need to understand
[10:18.560 --> 10:23.600] when that's happening and how that's happening and what you need to do about it.
[10:23.600 --> 10:31.160] And that's the kind of stuff that I want this new seminar that we will hold to cover.
[10:31.160 --> 10:33.880] So that's the goal of what I'm shooting for.
[10:33.880 --> 10:39.000] Now I need to know how many people would be willing to participate.
[10:39.000 --> 10:44.760] If we're lucky, we'll be able to do it for those that attended the original.
[10:44.760 --> 10:50.120] It'll be less expensive because really all you'll have to do is pay the attendance fee
[10:50.120 --> 10:56.760] and the cost of the new book if you want the book, whereas if you haven't got the seminar
[10:56.760 --> 11:01.220] at all, it's going to cost you more because you have to purchase the seminar and pay the
[11:01.220 --> 11:02.520] attendance fee.
[11:02.520 --> 11:05.800] So we haven't worked out exactly what all that's going to be yet.
[11:05.800 --> 11:11.040] It just depends on what we wind up having to split and pay other people to do to help
[11:11.040 --> 11:13.120] us get it all done.
[11:13.120 --> 11:18.440] And once again, I'm going to try to set everything up where we can actually produce it full blown
[11:18.440 --> 11:23.960] on the fly as we go here, if at all possible, and handle that.
[11:23.960 --> 11:28.520] I don't know what the specific details are going to be, but I will work on that as we
[11:28.520 --> 11:32.540] go once I know whether or not it would be feasible to try to set it up.
[11:32.540 --> 11:37.640] So please send me an email, let me know if you'd participate, and I will catalog those
[11:37.640 --> 11:39.360] as far as headcount.
[11:39.360 --> 11:43.840] If you're on Facebook, look me up on the Facebook page when I get the posting up that says,
[11:43.840 --> 11:49.680] hey, would you attend the class for this purpose located here and whatever, and get a headcount
[11:49.680 --> 11:50.680] there.
[11:50.680 --> 11:54.720] And as we progress through the weeks here, I'll cover an announcement about, okay, we've
[11:54.720 --> 11:57.120] got this meeting that said they would participate.
[11:57.120 --> 12:03.800] And then just like last time, what we will have to do is we will have to prepay for the
[12:03.800 --> 12:04.800] attendance.
[12:04.800 --> 12:09.060] You'll have to prepay whatever the cost is for the seminar so we can get all the materials
[12:09.060 --> 12:14.080] that we need and everything, any equipment we might need to rent, anything we need to
[12:14.080 --> 12:18.520] cover as far as expenses, we'll be able to do that.
[12:18.520 --> 12:24.680] So once I know we've got a viable headcount, then I will let you know that, okay, here's
[12:24.680 --> 12:28.200] some people that say they would attend, time to put your money where your mouth is.
[12:28.200 --> 12:31.280] I'll schedule the seminar and set everything up.
[12:31.280 --> 12:36.320] Here's when you've got to have your payment in by for this amount of money so that we
[12:36.320 --> 12:41.800] can get everything set up and all the Johnny-come-lately's, this is what you're going to have to pay to
[12:41.800 --> 12:44.680] make up the difference and whatever, but we'll figure that out.
[12:44.680 --> 12:48.280] In any case, that's what I'm trying to get arranged and hopefully have it around the
[12:48.280 --> 12:52.440] same September, October timeframe as we did the original seminar, so it's a little later
[12:52.440 --> 12:53.440] in the year.
[12:53.440 --> 12:57.500] And it will take a two-day or three-day weekend to do.
[12:57.500 --> 13:01.860] So it just depends on when we are able to schedule that.
[13:01.860 --> 13:06.400] And I will again give you more details as I'm more sure about what's going to happen.
[13:06.400 --> 13:14.480] Now the reason I'm getting into that is because I am constantly researching things that people
[13:14.480 --> 13:18.820] call me up about and things that I'm trying to add into the books and the paperwork and
[13:18.820 --> 13:20.920] everything that I'm doing.
[13:20.920 --> 13:31.120] And I am just uncovering more and more and more and more abuse of power and authority
[13:31.120 --> 13:38.500] by every level of our government officials than the majority of people can even imagine.
[13:38.500 --> 13:43.640] And they don't know it's happening because the mainstream media is not putting this out
[13:43.640 --> 13:45.680] there for the people to see.
[13:45.680 --> 13:52.120] In fact, if anything, they're putting it out only locally, if at all, so that the stories
[13:52.120 --> 13:57.840] never circulate anywhere except on places like Facebook or other Internet media, Cop
[13:57.840 --> 14:01.600] Watch, Photography's Not a Crime, places like that.
[14:01.600 --> 14:08.600] But again, even those places are pretty local to the stuff that they pick up and post.
[14:08.600 --> 14:19.360] But when you actually start researching this around the entire U.S., the numbers are staggering
[14:19.360 --> 14:27.440] in how much, how often, and to what degree this abuse of power and authority is accelerating.
[14:27.440 --> 14:33.480] It is getting worse, folks, and it is coming like a freight train.
[14:33.480 --> 14:38.200] It is time for you to decide what you're going to do.
[14:38.200 --> 14:44.200] It's time to take a stand, put up a fight, whatever that has to be, and put an end to
[14:44.200 --> 14:50.440] this and regain control of your life from those that would take it from you for their
[14:50.440 --> 14:52.760] own ends and purposes.
[14:52.760 --> 14:58.400] I'm sick of being told what I have to do because it's public policy or public want to.
[14:58.400 --> 15:02.360] I was not born to work for the public.
[15:02.360 --> 15:10.200] I was not born to be enslaved by policy or opinion, neither were you.
[15:10.200 --> 15:17.360] If you want to stay that way, that's your choice, but you have no right to compel me
[15:17.360 --> 15:21.980] or anyone else to join in with you.
[15:21.980 --> 15:30.480] My answer today and forever is absolutely not.
[15:30.480 --> 15:36.280] Hopefully we'll get people to realize why that's the right response and wake up.
[15:36.280 --> 15:42.440] But in the meantime, I would like to play something that is very interesting.
[15:42.440 --> 15:47.600] In case you guys don't know who Max Kaiser is, Max Kaiser, he's an American broadcaster
[15:47.600 --> 15:54.400] and movie maker who's also turned radio host and everything, and he hosts a show called
[15:54.400 --> 15:55.640] The Kaiser Report.
[15:55.640 --> 16:01.200] A lot of what he does is based on financial information like Gerald Salente and Peter
[16:01.200 --> 16:05.240] Schiff and the rest of them are doing, but he also talks about other things.
[16:05.240 --> 16:11.400] Now, what I've got here is I've taken an excerpt from one of his interviews that he was doing
[16:11.400 --> 16:12.400] with someone.
[16:12.400 --> 16:18.640] I'm not really sure where because the source of the video doesn't really say, but what
[16:18.640 --> 16:28.000] he has to say in this interview is very telling, not because of what it predicts, but because
[16:28.000 --> 16:34.000] of how accurate it actually is in this day and time.
[16:34.000 --> 16:37.800] So I'm about to take a break, but when we get back on the other side, I want to play
[16:37.800 --> 16:42.480] that clip and I want you to pay real close attention to what he says.
[16:42.480 --> 16:46.920] Now, I've edited out just a couple of little pieces that weren't necessarily relevant to
[16:46.920 --> 16:51.040] the gist of what he was saying, but you'll hear what you need to hear out of what he
[16:51.040 --> 16:52.040] said.
[16:52.040 --> 16:56.840] So y'all hang on, folks, call in number 512-646-1984.
[16:56.840 --> 16:59.280] We will be right back.
[16:59.280 --> 17:05.440] Through advances in technology, our lives have greatly improved, except in the area
[17:05.440 --> 17:06.820] of nutrition.
[17:06.820 --> 17:11.560] People feed their pets better than they feed themselves, and it's time we changed all that.
[17:11.560 --> 17:17.240] Our primary defense against aging and disease in this toxic environment is good nutrition.
[17:17.240 --> 17:23.600] In a world where natural foods have been irradiated, adulterated, and mutilated, young Jevity can

[17:25.840 --> 17:30.800] Logos Radio Network gets many requests to endorse all sorts of products, most of which
[17:30.800 --> 17:31.800] we reject.
[17:31.800 --> 17:37.040] We have come to trust young Jevity so much, we became a marketing distributor along with
[17:37.040 --> 17:39.920] Alex Jones, Ben Fuchs, and many others.

[18:13.800 --> 18:14.800] can win too.
[18:14.800 --> 18:19.640] You'll get step-by-step instructions in plain English on how to win in court using federal
[18:19.640 --> 18:25.080] civil rights statutes, what to do when contacted by phones, mail, or court summons, how to
[18:25.080 --> 18:29.600] answer letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit report,
[18:29.600 --> 18:34.280] how to turn the financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away.
[18:34.280 --> 18:39.400] The Michael Mears Proven Method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[18:39.400 --> 18:41.400] Personal consultation is available as well.
[18:41.400 --> 18:47.080] For more information, please visit RuleOfLawRadio.com and click on the blue Michael Mears banner
[18:47.080 --> 18:49.440] or email MichaelMears at yahoo.com.
[18:49.440 --> 18:58.760] That's RuleOfLawRadio.com or email m-i-c-h-a-e-l-m-i-r-r-a-s at yahoo.com to learn how to stop
[18:58.760 --> 18:59.760] debt collectors next.
[18:59.760 --> 19:29.680] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network, LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[19:29.680 --> 19:39.400] All right, folks.
[19:39.400 --> 19:40.400] We are back.
[19:40.400 --> 19:42.720] This is Rule of Law Radio.
[19:42.720 --> 19:44.960] Call in number 512-646-1984.
[19:44.960 --> 19:51.480] Now, do be aware, folks, I do not have a call screener tonight, so I will be taking your
[19:51.480 --> 19:56.680] calls directly, but please remember the rules if you have or have not called in before.
[19:56.680 --> 20:01.800] No cursing, no swearing, turn down any radios in the background so that we're not getting
[20:01.800 --> 20:06.600] reverb or anything while we're having our discussion, and try to be someplace quiet,
[20:06.600 --> 20:10.920] no Bluetooth, no wireless, and no speakerphone.
[20:10.920 --> 20:14.520] That way everyone can hear what you're trying to say besides me having to focus so hard
[20:14.520 --> 20:15.520] to do it.
[20:15.520 --> 20:19.360] That will help us keep things on track and not slow it all down, so please keep that
[20:19.360 --> 20:20.360] in mind.
[20:20.360 --> 20:21.360] All right.
[20:21.360 --> 20:26.400] Real quick, here is the audio from the Max Kaiser clip.
[20:26.400 --> 20:27.400] So please pay attention.
[20:27.400 --> 20:32.400] Well, you know, America is a strange country.
[20:32.400 --> 20:36.680] All you need to keep them pacified is give them a dozen donuts and a gun.
[20:36.680 --> 20:40.640] They don't seem to have the capacity, the intellectual capacity to think of their own
[20:40.640 --> 20:46.080] self-interest in any other way than the next five minutes, so they really forgot who they
[20:46.080 --> 20:47.080] are as Americans.
[20:47.080 --> 20:50.200] Most Americans have no idea what an American is anymore.
[20:50.200 --> 20:56.320] They think being an American is to have their elbow bent 24 hours a day consuming, and they
[20:56.320 --> 21:01.640] have absolutely no idea what it means to be an American.
[21:01.640 --> 21:06.080] Now right there, he is absolutely 100% correct.
[21:06.080 --> 21:11.920] Now there's only a few seconds of this left for me to play, but now we're going to switch
[21:11.920 --> 21:18.720] gears, and here is where he and I would butt heads having a public discussion.
[21:18.720 --> 21:24.040] See if you can pick up on why I now take issue with the rest of what he had to say versus
[21:24.040 --> 21:28.640] what he said originally, which I completely agree with, but listen to the rest of this.
[21:28.640 --> 21:35.360] That's why a revolutionist, Thomas Jefferson, pointed out when the America was founded that
[21:35.360 --> 21:40.480] every once in a while the democracy needs to be freshened with a revolution.
[21:40.480 --> 21:47.720] So revolutions are cyclical, and Americans, I think, will refine their spree de corps
[21:47.720 --> 21:53.880] and go to the ramparts and rise up and take back their country from the banking oligarchs.
[21:53.880 --> 21:57.440] And I hope they do, because if they don't, they should all—
[21:57.440 --> 22:02.360] Yeah, what he finishes there, for some reason it cut it off, is that they should all learn
[22:02.360 --> 22:08.320] to speak Chinese, because right now the financial market, everything America has, is being bought
[22:08.320 --> 22:13.080] up by China for the debt that we've incurred with China, which should never have existed
[22:13.080 --> 22:17.920] in the first place except for the people that's selling us out to the rest of the world, and
[22:17.920 --> 22:19.240] we keep letting them do it.
[22:19.240 --> 22:24.720] But now in the second half, if you didn't notice, he went straight into discussing a
[22:24.720 --> 22:33.760] democracy, and he referred to Jefferson stating that the democracy needs to be refreshed by
[22:33.760 --> 22:36.160] a rebellion or revolution.
[22:36.160 --> 22:43.120] Well, what he's misquoting is the Jefferson quote about the tree of liberty needs to be
[22:43.120 --> 22:47.760] watered with the blood of patriots and tyrants from time to time.
[22:47.760 --> 22:53.920] It wasn't the democracy needs to be, it's the tree of liberty needs to be, because we
[22:53.920 --> 23:00.920] were instituted as a Republican form of government, not a democracy.
[23:00.920 --> 23:09.080] Every time I hear someone use that word, I want to pop them in the mouth with a two-by-four,
[23:09.080 --> 23:12.220] because that is ignorance talking.
[23:12.220 --> 23:19.920] You don't know what you're talking about when you refer to any part of America as a democracy.
[23:19.920 --> 23:24.800] And the more you let those that are supposed to be serving you get away with doing that,
[23:24.800 --> 23:30.760] the more indoctrinated your children become into the concept that majority rules and my
[23:30.760 --> 23:33.920] vote don't matter when it's in the minority.
[23:33.920 --> 23:34.920] Understood?
[23:34.920 --> 23:36.920] I hope so.
[23:36.920 --> 23:38.160] All right.
[23:38.160 --> 23:41.560] That being said, I got a couple of callers up on the board, and I'm going to start taking
[23:41.560 --> 23:43.080] those calls.
[23:43.080 --> 23:46.520] Right now, we have a truth raider in Oregon.
[23:46.520 --> 23:47.520] Hello?
[23:47.520 --> 23:49.520] What can we do for you?
[23:49.520 --> 23:52.000] Eddie, how are you doing, buddy?
[23:52.000 --> 23:53.000] So far, so grand.
[23:53.000 --> 23:54.000] Okay.
[23:54.000 --> 23:55.000] This is the deal.
[23:55.000 --> 23:59.000] I sent you all an email, but I guess you didn't get to it yet.
[23:59.000 --> 24:00.000] Okay.
[24:00.000 --> 24:01.000] Okay.
[24:01.000 --> 24:02.000] Who is y'all?
[24:02.000 --> 24:06.680] This email is very urgent, because they're going to suspend my license, and they're going
[24:06.680 --> 24:11.120] to violate my rights to be able to travel freely on the roads.
[24:11.120 --> 24:12.120] Okay.
[24:12.120 --> 24:13.120] Wait.
[24:13.120 --> 24:14.120] Wait.
[24:14.120 --> 24:15.120] Wait.
[24:15.120 --> 24:16.120] What is the context of the email?
[24:16.120 --> 24:21.120] In the email, it says, I forgot what I put in there, but I said, help!
[24:21.120 --> 24:22.120] Exclamation.
[24:22.120 --> 24:23.120] Okay.
[24:23.120 --> 24:27.680] Well, that puts you in line with 5,000 other subject lines that say help.
[24:27.680 --> 24:28.680] Yeah.
[24:28.680 --> 24:29.680] Understood.
[24:29.680 --> 24:33.560] I guess I should have put help, help, or something in there, maybe something original.
[24:33.560 --> 24:35.920] But anyway, Eddie, it's great talking to you.
[24:35.920 --> 24:38.880] I'm a regular caller into the Alex Jones Show.
[24:38.880 --> 24:41.840] That was April 11, 2013, just for information.
[24:41.840 --> 24:46.520] And I've watched that over and over, that Infowars special that you did, the two and
[24:46.520 --> 24:47.520] a half hour seminar.
[24:47.520 --> 24:50.480] I watched that about six or seven times, because I'm an idiot.
[24:50.480 --> 24:51.920] I have to watch at least 10 times.
[24:51.920 --> 24:52.920] I'm getting around to that.
[24:52.920 --> 24:56.400] I need to watch it 10 times, so that way I can fully understand what you're talking about.
[24:56.400 --> 25:02.080] But I get it, and I'm getting the religion of it, that I need to defend my rights when
[25:02.080 --> 25:06.200] I get out there on the road, and if I happen to be stopped by the law, I need to invoke
[25:06.200 --> 25:07.200] my rights.
[25:07.200 --> 25:12.880] I need to demand my rights, and I need to exercise my rights.
[25:12.880 --> 25:13.880] Protect your rights.
[25:13.880 --> 25:14.880] Shut up more after that.
[25:14.880 --> 25:15.880] I got all that part.
[25:15.880 --> 25:18.880] It's protect your rights, invoke, demand, protect.
[25:18.880 --> 25:19.880] Right, right.
[25:19.880 --> 25:24.160] Okay, well, this is where I got a demand from the state of Oregon, which I'm calling from.
[25:24.160 --> 25:28.320] And we're a little bit behind the times here, but they're still in the tyranny of having
[25:28.320 --> 25:33.640] us under that spell that we must register our vehicle, as they call it, and we have
[25:33.640 --> 25:38.920] to have a driver's license, and it's still a privilege, so I can't get that through their
[25:38.920 --> 25:39.920] thick skull.
[25:39.920 --> 25:40.920] They still keep going on with that.
[25:40.920 --> 25:43.400] I talked to them, you know, I asked probably...
[25:43.400 --> 25:44.400] You talked to who?
[25:44.400 --> 25:45.400] Never talked to a public official.
[25:45.400 --> 25:46.400] Wait, wait, wait.
[25:46.400 --> 25:47.400] You talked to who?
[25:47.400 --> 25:54.240] I talked to an agent at the Department of Motor Vehicles.
[25:54.240 --> 26:00.240] Okay, you're trying to convince somebody that their job shouldn't exist because it's not
[26:00.240 --> 26:01.240] legal.
[26:01.240 --> 26:02.240] Yeah.
[26:02.240 --> 26:05.040] And you expect them to agree with you.
[26:05.040 --> 26:07.440] Against regular private travelers.
[26:07.440 --> 26:09.320] You're missing the point here.
[26:09.320 --> 26:14.040] Since they're not differentiating, that's not what you're telling them.
[26:14.040 --> 26:19.560] Yeah, I'm telling them, I'm not a vehicle, I'm not engaged in commerce, I'm not part
[26:19.560 --> 26:21.560] of the transportation.
[26:21.560 --> 26:28.720] Okay, anyway, besides all that, what is it you're talking about in the email that you're
[26:28.720 --> 26:29.720] wanting help with?
[26:29.720 --> 26:33.720] Okay, they're going to suspend my license as of May the 15th, so I have less than $10,000.
[26:33.720 --> 26:34.720] For what?
[26:34.720 --> 26:37.720] They're going to suspend my license.
[26:37.720 --> 26:39.680] Okay, wait, wait, wait.
[26:39.680 --> 26:41.800] Suspend it for what?
[26:41.800 --> 26:42.800] Not having insurance.
[26:42.800 --> 26:43.800] Okay.
[26:43.800 --> 26:44.800] Not having insurance.
[26:44.800 --> 26:53.560] I'm in defiance of the future responsibility, the violation due process, because I have
[26:53.560 --> 26:57.360] to prove that I'm innocent first before I can go out on the road.
[26:57.360 --> 27:04.400] I have to show proof of financial responsibility, and it keeps $75 to $100 a month on average
[27:04.400 --> 27:07.800] for insurance, to carry insurance.
[27:07.800 --> 27:12.080] And I'm trying to get an auto bond, but I was told by others that, no, no, no, that's
[27:12.080 --> 27:15.400] some type of a scam or something, no, no, that's too good to be true.
[27:15.400 --> 27:18.560] You're being offered something on a silver platter that doesn't exist.
[27:18.560 --> 27:19.560] Okay.
[27:19.560 --> 27:26.200] Well, how much of the Oregon code have you studied to see what they're actually doing?
[27:26.200 --> 27:27.320] Not too much.
[27:27.320 --> 27:31.360] It looks like it's quite similar to the Texas code that you described in your...
[27:31.360 --> 27:35.520] Yeah, and they'll be similar, but with some variances that you still need to be aware
[27:35.520 --> 27:38.440] of, whatever they may be.
[27:38.440 --> 27:41.680] So okay, let me make sure I'm understanding this.
[27:41.680 --> 27:47.520] You've watched my videos six or seven times, but you've barely read the code that relates
[27:47.520 --> 27:50.800] to what you're trying to fight against at all.
[27:50.800 --> 27:51.800] Right.
[27:51.800 --> 27:55.280] There's a whole bunch of numbers that you quoted there under the Texas code, and you
[27:55.280 --> 27:57.040] said that's similar in other states.
[27:57.040 --> 27:58.040] Yes.
[27:58.040 --> 28:04.200] So did you find the language references that I was using in the code in your state?
[28:04.200 --> 28:07.240] No, I do have an Oregon driver's manual.
[28:07.240 --> 28:08.440] I don't know if it's in that...
[28:08.440 --> 28:10.440] It's not in a manual.
[28:10.440 --> 28:13.280] It's in your state statutes.
[28:13.280 --> 28:18.440] That's what we're talking about, not the manuals that teach you what driving is and how to
[28:18.440 --> 28:19.700] do it.
[28:19.700 --> 28:24.560] This is the state statutes that were enacted that said, if you're a driver, you got to
[28:24.560 --> 28:26.480] do these things.
[28:26.480 --> 28:27.480] Right.
[28:27.480 --> 28:28.480] Right.
[28:28.480 --> 28:36.200] And it makes sense to me that we're supposed to have the right of travel should not be
[28:36.200 --> 28:39.440] infringed as well in the Black Slaw that you were discussing.
[28:39.440 --> 28:45.320] And I guess also Bouvier's law as well too, there are two references that you were using
[28:45.320 --> 28:50.120] classically going back to Black Slaw third edition, and then you were breaking down how
[28:50.120 --> 28:54.120] they changed language, they changed the semantics over time.
[28:54.120 --> 28:55.120] Yes.
[28:55.120 --> 28:59.200] So I was trying to explain that to them too, as well as the agency.
[28:59.200 --> 29:02.120] Well, all we can do for you sir is we'll give you this accident...
[29:02.120 --> 29:03.120] Okay.
[29:03.120 --> 29:05.360] Let me clue you in here for a second.
[29:05.360 --> 29:10.320] First off, you're trying to convince the flea why he can't live on this dog.
[29:10.320 --> 29:11.320] Yeah.
[29:11.320 --> 29:12.320] Okay.
[29:12.320 --> 29:13.320] Pretty much.
[29:13.320 --> 29:14.320] That sizes it up.
[29:14.320 --> 29:15.320] All right.
[29:15.320 --> 29:20.640] So you're not going to carry on that conversation very far or very effectively.
[29:20.640 --> 29:25.200] You've got two options, get rid of the dog or get rid of the fleas.
[29:25.200 --> 29:26.200] Okay.
[29:26.200 --> 29:27.200] Yeah.
[29:27.200 --> 29:33.240] So the only way to get rid of the fleas in this case is to make the fleas liable for
[29:33.240 --> 29:34.240] their actions.
[29:34.240 --> 29:39.200] And the only way for you to do that is to suffer a harm at their hands.
[29:39.200 --> 29:42.280] I'll cover that in a little bit more detail on the other side when we get back.
[29:42.280 --> 29:44.280] So you hang in there for just a minute.
[29:44.280 --> 29:45.280] Okay?
[29:45.280 --> 29:46.280] All right.
[29:46.280 --> 29:50.880] So this is Rule of Law Radio, the call in number 512-646-1984.
[29:50.880 --> 29:57.000] Give us a call folks, I need somebody to talk to here after this guy and Brandon.
[29:57.000 --> 29:59.000] We will be right back.
[29:59.000 --> 30:07.320] The next time the doctor asks you how you feel, ask him the same question, why?
[30:07.320 --> 30:11.760] New research shows unhappy doctors perform differently than their contented counterparts.
[30:11.760 --> 30:16.080] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht with details in a moment.
[30:16.080 --> 30:17.800] Privacy is under attack.
[30:17.800 --> 30:21.400] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[30:21.400 --> 30:26.400] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:26.400 --> 30:31.520] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[30:31.520 --> 30:34.180] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[30:34.180 --> 30:39.760] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[30:39.760 --> 30:41.520] Yahoo and Bing.
[30:41.520 --> 30:45.040] Start over with StartPage.
[30:45.040 --> 30:49.540] We've long suspected it and now a new study confirms it, a doctor's mood impacts their
[30:49.540 --> 30:52.320] professional behavior towards patients.
[30:52.320 --> 30:57.040] A survey of nearly 200 Israeli physicians found that on bad mood days, doctors spent
[30:57.040 --> 31:01.800] less time talking with patients, wrote more prescriptions, ordered more tests and issued
[31:01.800 --> 31:04.640] more referrals, often unnecessarily.
[31:04.640 --> 31:08.800] All of this of course leads to higher health care costs, but when the doctors were in a
[31:08.800 --> 31:13.920] good mood and felt less burnout, they consulted more with patients, diagnosed their conditions
[31:13.920 --> 31:17.360] with fewer tests and prescribed less expensive medicines.
[31:17.360 --> 31:22.840] Let's see, less caregiver stress, less burnout and better patient care, sounds like just
[31:22.840 --> 31:23.840] what the doctor ordered.
[31:23.840 --> 31:31.800] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[31:31.800 --> 31:32.800] What are you thinking?
[31:32.800 --> 31:39.120] Micro plant powder with iodine and probiotics for a total body detox for around $10 a month.
[31:39.120 --> 31:44.720] FUSA.org has 12 formulations of micro plant powder for absorbing and removing toxins from
[31:44.720 --> 31:49.440] your kidneys, liver, blood, lung, stomach and colon and feel better than ever.
[31:49.440 --> 31:54.400] It alkalizes, oxygenates, kills parasites, does the job of 10 products that saves you
[31:54.400 --> 31:55.960] space, time and money.
[31:55.960 --> 32:00.480] Call 888-910-4367 only at FUSA.org.
[32:00.480 --> 32:06.120] Rule of Law Radio is proud to offer the Rule of Law traffic seminar.
[32:06.120 --> 32:09.960] In today's America, we live in an us-against-them society and if we the people are ever going
[32:09.960 --> 32:13.840] to have a free society, then we're going to have to stand and defend our own rights.
[32:13.840 --> 32:17.120] Among those rights are the right to travel freely from place to place, the right to act
[32:17.120 --> 32:21.160] in our own private capacity and most importantly, the right to due process of law.
[32:21.160 --> 32:25.000] Traffic courts afford us the least expensive opportunity to learn how to enforce and preserve
[32:25.000 --> 32:26.440] our rights through due process.
[32:26.440 --> 32:30.360] Former Sheriff's Deputy Eddie Craig, in conjunction with Rule of Law Radio, has put together the
[32:30.360 --> 32:34.120] most comprehensive teaching tool available that will help you understand what due process
[32:34.120 --> 32:36.280] is and how to hold the courts to the rule of law.
[32:36.280 --> 32:40.480] You can get your own copy of this invaluable material by going to ruleoflawradio.com and
[32:40.480 --> 32:41.840] ordering your copy today.

[32:45.200 --> 32:49.600] The Law Versus the Lie, video and audio of the original 2009 seminar, hundreds of research
[32:49.600 --> 32:51.520] documents and other useful resource material.
[32:51.520 --> 32:55.880] Learn how to fight for your rights with the help of this material from ruleoflawradio.com.
[32:55.880 --> 33:03.800] Order your copy today and together we can have the free society we all want and deserve.
[33:03.800 --> 33:07.200] For free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com.
[33:33.800 --> 33:36.560] All right, folks.
[33:36.560 --> 33:37.560] We are back.
[33:37.560 --> 33:43.160] This is Rule of Law Radio and we are talking to Truth Raider in Oregon, again calling number
[33:43.160 --> 33:44.160] 512-646-1984.
[33:44.160 --> 33:45.160] All right, Truth, go ahead.
[33:45.160 --> 33:46.160] All right.
[33:46.160 --> 33:47.160] Thank you.
[33:47.160 --> 33:50.160] Thank you, Eddie, for keeping me on here.
[33:50.160 --> 33:51.160] Okay.
[33:51.160 --> 33:54.480] What I've got to do is I've got to show proof of future responsibility.
[33:54.480 --> 33:55.600] So this is what I've done.
[33:55.600 --> 34:01.360] My stepmom, she's well-meaning and she's into a lot of this myth against patriot mythology,
[34:01.360 --> 34:02.360] I guess they call it.
[34:02.360 --> 34:05.520] She's into a lot of stuff and on into this sovereign type of stuff that she can find
[34:05.520 --> 34:06.520] out about.
[34:06.520 --> 34:12.120] And she sent me some information about a lady, probably one time was a psychic reader, who
[34:12.120 --> 34:15.200] knows which, or a palm reader, one of those two.
[34:15.200 --> 34:22.000] But she's taken on maybe perhaps a new profession being this sovereign advocate, sovereign advocate
[34:22.000 --> 34:28.600] that can help you if you file some papers with her for, I guess, 550 bucks.
[34:28.600 --> 34:31.000] That way you can become a sovereign citizen or something like that.
[34:31.000 --> 34:32.520] And who is this lady?
[34:32.520 --> 34:36.040] She calls herself Dr. T.
[34:36.040 --> 34:37.040] Mm-hmm.
[34:37.040 --> 34:38.040] Dr. Trouble.
[34:38.040 --> 34:39.040] Yeah.
[34:39.040 --> 34:45.560] That's what everyone's been telling, hey, man, they're going to whip your butt and
[34:45.560 --> 34:46.560] they're going to...
[34:46.560 --> 34:47.560] Okay.
[34:47.560 --> 34:51.320] Let me simplify this real quick for folks.
[34:51.320 --> 34:57.120] If you honestly think for one minute that you can file a couple of pieces of paper and
[34:57.120 --> 35:04.000] make these morons walk away, you are nuts.
[35:04.000 --> 35:06.000] Not going to happen.
[35:06.000 --> 35:08.920] All right, go ahead.
[35:08.920 --> 35:09.920] Okay.
[35:09.920 --> 35:10.920] This is the deal.
[35:10.920 --> 35:15.400] There's a bond and it's something to do with your birth certificate, establishing your
[35:15.400 --> 35:20.920] own corporation under your straw man or something like that.
[35:20.920 --> 35:26.240] There is no straw man, never has been a straw man.
[35:26.240 --> 35:31.840] The closest thing that will ever come to being a straw man is whether or not you are acting
[35:31.840 --> 35:37.840] in some sort of capacity over which they have regulatory authority.
[35:37.840 --> 35:47.900] For instance, if you're a driver, that is a professional capacity regulated by statute.
[35:47.900 --> 35:58.520] If you're an operator, that is a regulated capacity by statute, as is mayor, police officer,
[35:58.520 --> 36:08.640] senator, representative, governor, teacher, those are all regulated commercial entities.
[36:08.640 --> 36:11.120] They get paid to be filled.
[36:11.120 --> 36:12.120] Got it?
[36:12.120 --> 36:13.120] Right.
[36:13.120 --> 36:15.140] It makes total sense to me.
[36:15.140 --> 36:16.920] That's not a straw man.
[36:16.920 --> 36:18.960] It's not an imitation.
[36:18.960 --> 36:20.120] It is a mantle.
[36:20.120 --> 36:23.720] It's a capacity that a living body must assume.
[36:23.720 --> 36:27.120] That's the one thing all of these capacities have in common.
[36:27.120 --> 36:33.900] They don't operate until a living body accepts the responsibility of putting on the regulations
[36:33.900 --> 36:37.320] that cover them.
[36:37.320 --> 36:42.840] A driver without a living body is just a name on a piece of paper.
[36:42.840 --> 36:47.480] A policeman without somebody to put on the uniform and exercise the power and authority
[36:47.480 --> 36:55.920] of a police officer is just a suit of clothes.
[36:55.920 --> 36:56.920] That's the difference.
[36:56.920 --> 37:01.280] There is no straw man the way they preach it.
[37:01.280 --> 37:04.520] Okay, go ahead.
[37:04.520 --> 37:05.520] That makes sense to me.
[37:05.520 --> 37:09.040] But anyway, this is what she was offering.
[37:09.040 --> 37:13.320] From some type of system do research on your background, research on your history or something
[37:13.320 --> 37:19.200] like that on both sides of your family, they're able to establish some type of a credit type
[37:19.200 --> 37:20.200] of a system.
[37:20.200 --> 37:26.520] Anyway, her services, cut to the chase, $200 for an auto bond and it expires when you do
[37:26.520 --> 37:31.360] all the process is done and you'll be immune to have to buy auto insurance, you'll have
[37:31.360 --> 37:34.920] a bond.
[37:34.920 --> 37:39.320] No you won't, not if it doesn't fall under the statutory regulations of your particular
[37:39.320 --> 37:45.480] status to what constitutes financial responsibility coverage.
[37:45.480 --> 37:46.480] That's right.
[37:46.480 --> 37:47.720] I looked into it.
[37:47.720 --> 37:49.200] I tried to see if I can get...
[37:49.200 --> 37:55.040] I was trying to research to see if there's anybody that was a happy customer, so to speak.
[37:55.040 --> 38:00.720] Anybody who has attained this title of being able to have an auto bond and have this particular
[38:00.720 --> 38:05.680] type of special, somewhat sovereign coverage and she didn't answer me.
[38:05.680 --> 38:09.520] She didn't send any emails back and didn't return any of my phone calls.
[38:09.520 --> 38:16.800] She just wanted me to send a check or a money order by that evening, express mail or something
[38:16.800 --> 38:17.800] like that.
[38:17.800 --> 38:20.720] So I said, well, that raised a red flag in my head.
[38:20.720 --> 38:27.000] I mean, I was born last night, but I wasn't born last night.
[38:27.000 --> 38:31.960] So I didn't go for it, so I said, man, what do I do?
[38:31.960 --> 38:37.200] And I better call this specialist that knows a little bit about the law, he's been there,
[38:37.200 --> 38:38.200] done that.
[38:38.200 --> 38:46.720] Well, the issue here is in relation to they're going to suspend your license, what do you
[38:46.720 --> 38:47.720] care?
[38:47.720 --> 38:54.000] Well, because they're all out on the road, the weather's getting a little nicer and I...
[38:54.000 --> 38:55.000] Okay.
[38:55.000 --> 38:59.320] Now, wait a minute, try to follow the logic of why I asked that.
[38:59.320 --> 39:03.320] You're upset because you have to have financial responsibility under what they tell you you
[39:03.320 --> 39:11.120] have to have, not that you do as a private individual, but what they're asserting, okay?
[39:11.120 --> 39:14.700] You don't want to pay for the insurance, but at the same time, you want to keep that damn
[39:14.700 --> 39:16.760] license that requires you to have it.
[39:16.760 --> 39:18.880] Do you see a problem with this?
[39:18.880 --> 39:22.760] Yep, yep, yep, I see that, I see that.
[39:22.760 --> 39:26.400] But people have been saying, well, if you don't get a license, man, is it going to be
[39:26.400 --> 39:27.400] worth it to you?
[39:27.400 --> 39:28.400] I mean...
[39:28.400 --> 39:31.280] Well, again, that is the question of the day, isn't it?
[39:31.280 --> 39:35.800] You either fight this all the way or you give up and play their game.
[39:35.800 --> 39:37.720] There is no halfway.
[39:37.720 --> 39:43.040] You don't get to pick and choose which part of what you're accepting you get to have.
[39:43.040 --> 39:45.680] That's something the courts are very adamant about.
[39:45.680 --> 39:52.400] You do not get to accept a privilege or benefit and then at the same time challenge how it's
[39:52.400 --> 39:53.400] provided.
[39:53.400 --> 40:01.640] Well, I've been participating in that system for over 30 years and I'm just, I'm waking
[40:01.640 --> 40:02.640] up.
[40:02.640 --> 40:07.840] I'm waking out of my slumber and I'm in defiance by paying an auto insurance company right
[40:07.840 --> 40:08.840] now.
[40:08.840 --> 40:11.920] So I let it go for a couple of months and they founded it through their computer services
[40:11.920 --> 40:18.360] and through their means and ways and sent me a letter within 60 days.
[40:18.360 --> 40:26.400] Well, the thing about it is there's two ways to do that last act of defiance, okay?
[40:26.400 --> 40:33.200] And in case you've never seen these two pictographs of that, you have one, which is the mouse
[40:33.200 --> 40:38.400] standing on the ground, giving the bird to the eagle that's coming in, claws it to ready
[40:38.400 --> 40:42.080] to snatch him up for dinner.
[40:42.080 --> 40:47.040] He's defiant, but what good is it going to do him?
[40:47.040 --> 40:53.320] And at the same time, you have the frog trying to be swallowed by the crane.
[40:53.320 --> 40:57.440] Crane's got the frog in his mouth, but the frog's got a choke hold on the crane's neck
[40:57.440 --> 41:00.240] where he can't swallow.
[41:00.240 --> 41:06.920] He's defiant too, but he's actually fought it to a standstill.
[41:06.920 --> 41:12.480] So you need to pick the level of sacrifice for your defiance you're willing to go through
[41:12.480 --> 41:18.400] because until you take a stand and a side, it's not doing you any good.
[41:18.400 --> 41:24.560] But either way, you can either give up learning and accept it or you better start learning
[41:24.560 --> 41:29.740] at 10 times the rate you're going to know what you need to know to say, I'm not going
[41:29.740 --> 41:34.240] to take that.
[41:34.240 --> 41:39.640] I reckon I'll be the frog holding the crane by the throat.
[41:39.640 --> 41:43.920] Once cranes don't chew, that would probably be the best choice in my opinion.
[41:43.920 --> 41:51.280] All right, so come on, Eddie, I'm...
[41:51.280 --> 41:53.200] Like I said, you got a choice to make.
[41:53.200 --> 41:58.600] You either can say, take the license, I don't care because I'm not a driver, or you can
[41:58.600 --> 42:04.100] say, all right, I got to have the license so I don't get in trouble, so here's the insurance.
[42:04.100 --> 42:06.560] That is your options.
[42:06.560 --> 42:12.540] Because until you can prove you suffered a harm by what they're doing, then you're stuck.
[42:12.540 --> 42:17.320] So the only way you could do this and stand any chance at all of winning long term is
[42:17.320 --> 42:23.820] to let them take the license, get a ticket or get arrested and sue, provided that you
[42:23.820 --> 42:32.160] defend your case all the way through properly so that you have grounds to sue.
[42:32.160 --> 42:40.120] And therein lies the rub, not knowing how to do that fight.
[42:40.120 --> 42:46.800] And that is the whole purpose for me trying to get up this next seminar to teach people
[42:46.800 --> 42:52.080] how to conduct that fight.
[42:52.080 --> 42:54.440] Now can you take that course on the internet?
[42:54.440 --> 42:59.120] No, not unless we have the website up and going by then, which I don't think we're going
[42:59.120 --> 43:05.440] to have, not for that.
[43:05.440 --> 43:09.320] You might be able to do it later, but it'll be recorded.
[43:09.320 --> 43:10.320] It won't be live.
[43:10.320 --> 43:18.960] Is it going to be down, held at the, somewhere in the Austin, Texas area?
[43:18.960 --> 43:19.960] Yes.
[43:19.960 --> 43:20.960] Okay.
[43:20.960 --> 43:25.720] Most likely it'll be at Brave New Books unless we can find a venue if we need a bigger venue.
[43:25.720 --> 43:30.560] God, I'm hoping we need a venue 10 times the size of that place this round.
[43:30.560 --> 43:35.520] Because I'm really, really wanting people to wake up and put their foot down before
[43:35.520 --> 43:38.560] this becomes insurmountable.
[43:38.560 --> 43:40.560] And it's rapidly approaching that.
[43:40.560 --> 43:41.560] Okay.
[43:41.560 --> 43:42.560] Is there anything else?
[43:42.560 --> 43:44.600] Because I've got a bunch of other callers now.
[43:44.600 --> 43:45.600] Okay.
[43:45.600 --> 43:46.600] Well, all right.
[43:46.600 --> 43:48.160] So when they go through those steps.
[43:48.160 --> 43:49.160] Okay.
[43:49.160 --> 43:50.160] I got to take a break.
[43:50.160 --> 43:53.280] So hold on and I'll wrap you up on the other side, but I got to do that right quick.
[43:53.280 --> 43:54.280] All right, folks.
[43:54.280 --> 43:56.480] That's 1-2-646-1984.
[43:56.480 --> 43:58.440] We will be right back.
[43:58.440 --> 44:04.200] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit?
[44:04.200 --> 44:10.960] Win your case without an attorney with Jurisdictionary, the affordable, easy to understand, 4-CD course

[46:18.800 --> 46:29.520] All right, folks, we are back, Rule of Law Radio.
[46:29.520 --> 46:31.560] All right, Truth, I need to wrap this up.
[46:31.560 --> 46:33.160] I got other guys on here.
[46:33.160 --> 46:35.760] Do you understand where you're left at at the moment?
[46:35.760 --> 46:36.760] Yeah, I do.
[46:36.760 --> 46:38.760] Well, here's the deal, Eddie.
[46:38.760 --> 46:41.040] I have no driving record whatsoever.
[46:41.040 --> 46:47.320] Good driver for many years, or traveler, as now I'm learning what the true, what my true
[46:47.320 --> 46:50.000] title is, is just a private traveler.
[46:50.000 --> 46:54.720] But the weather's getting warmer, here comes the holiday, weekend's coming up, and I have
[46:54.720 --> 47:00.200] a suspecting feeling that they know who's going to be suspended, because I already got
[47:00.200 --> 47:01.200] followed one time.
[47:01.200 --> 47:06.840] As a matter of fact, I got followed on Easter Sunday of all days, down the Boulevard.
[47:06.840 --> 47:12.000] He followed me for six or eight blocks, then he backed off, and went his own way, because
[47:12.000 --> 47:14.520] he had nothing on me.
[47:14.520 --> 47:21.360] Things are current, everything is good, everything is copasetic, I'm code 30 all the way around,
[47:21.360 --> 47:22.360] which means I have nothing.
[47:22.360 --> 47:29.560] I have nothing criminal, nothing traffic-wise or anything, so, I don't know, what do I do
[47:29.560 --> 47:30.560] here?
[47:30.560 --> 47:33.400] I just drive along, and then whatever happens, happens, and then I...
[47:33.400 --> 47:36.240] Well, if you keep driving, you're going to have a problem.
[47:36.240 --> 47:41.240] Well, I'm learning, I'm just going to try to start traveling.
[47:41.240 --> 47:45.960] Okay, then you need to learn how to defend that right.
[47:45.960 --> 47:47.400] Okay.
[47:47.400 --> 47:53.600] And arguing right to travel is not how you defend that right.
[47:53.600 --> 47:57.120] But again, that's something I can't get into right here, right now.
[47:57.120 --> 47:58.120] Is there anything else you need?
[47:58.120 --> 48:00.120] Because you got a choice to make.
[48:00.120 --> 48:03.000] Yeah, I got a little less than 10 days.
[48:03.000 --> 48:04.000] Okay.
[48:04.000 --> 48:05.000] All right.
[48:05.000 --> 48:06.880] I guess your advice is just travel on.
[48:06.880 --> 48:09.800] Nah, my advice is choose.
[48:09.800 --> 48:11.400] Okay.
[48:11.400 --> 48:14.880] Well, I choose to want to be free, and I want to travel.
[48:14.880 --> 48:18.640] Well, then in that case, my advice is study your butt off.
[48:18.640 --> 48:19.640] Okay.
[48:19.640 --> 48:24.120] So, you told me, let me get the instructions, which you have from me here.
[48:24.120 --> 48:26.360] You want me to study the Oregon statutes?
[48:26.360 --> 48:30.900] You need to understand what rules they're asserting apply to you and why they don't.
[48:30.900 --> 48:35.320] You also need to learn what rules the courts are going to try to use to force them to apply
[48:35.320 --> 48:37.360] to you, even though they don't.
[48:37.360 --> 48:40.880] So, you have to know how to argue both sides.
[48:40.880 --> 48:45.200] But you're not going to argue the transportation statutes.
[48:45.200 --> 48:49.640] That's a merits argument, and you will lose a merits argument.
[48:49.640 --> 48:55.880] What you have to understand is the arguments they're going to try to use, and how that
[48:55.880 --> 49:02.440] argument requires that they first prove you were engaged in a regulable capacity over
[49:02.440 --> 49:04.600] which they have authority.
[49:04.600 --> 49:09.920] Until they prove that, they don't have standing to come after you for anything else in that
[49:09.920 --> 49:10.920] code.
[49:10.920 --> 49:16.800] So, you need to understand how they have to prove that.
[49:16.800 --> 49:19.320] That's why you studied those statutes.
[49:19.320 --> 49:23.560] The other is the procedure for court, and you need to know that simply so you know how
[49:23.560 --> 49:25.160] to fight back.
[49:25.160 --> 49:26.160] Okay.
[49:26.160 --> 49:30.760] So, what's the course of action?
[49:30.760 --> 49:31.760] What weapons do I need?
[49:31.760 --> 49:32.760] What do I do?
[49:32.760 --> 49:39.760] Exactly, how did I not answer that?
[49:39.760 --> 49:42.680] Well, you said studying the organ statutes.
[49:42.680 --> 49:47.160] Yes, you have a statute that I don't know what it's called in Oregon, so I can't give
[49:47.160 --> 49:48.160] you a name.
[49:48.160 --> 49:49.160] I don't know.
[49:49.160 --> 49:53.320] I don't know if Oregon's one big code like it is in some states with different titles,
[49:53.320 --> 49:55.840] or if it's individual code like it is here in Texas.
[49:55.840 --> 49:57.320] So, I don't know.
[49:57.320 --> 50:02.600] But basically, you've got to look at whatever code or title deals with criminal procedure.
[50:02.600 --> 50:06.440] We provided Oregon Treats citations as criminal procedure.
[50:06.440 --> 50:07.440] Okay.
[50:07.440 --> 50:11.400] If they treat them as criminal, then you'll have to know criminal procedure.
[50:11.400 --> 50:17.600] You'll need to be aware that there's no such jurisdiction in existence in America as quasi-criminal,
[50:17.600 --> 50:20.880] which a lot of states try to argue these cases are.
[50:20.880 --> 50:22.720] There is no such thing.
[50:22.720 --> 50:29.200] There is no such jurisdiction, and you need to argue every time they try to use it.
[50:29.200 --> 50:32.640] Okay. Okay.
[50:32.640 --> 50:36.920] But you need to study that, and you need to study whatever constitutes the title or code
[50:36.920 --> 50:40.800] related to transportation in Oregon.
[50:40.800 --> 50:43.600] Case law wouldn't be a bad thing to learn either.
[50:43.600 --> 50:44.600] Okay.
[50:44.600 --> 50:51.280] Well, it started, but you recommend that I just remain defined at the time.
[50:51.280 --> 50:54.280] Just let them go with what they're doing.
[50:54.280 --> 50:58.260] If you don't have the transportation script that I talked about in that video, you better
[50:58.260 --> 50:59.640] get your hands on it.
[50:59.640 --> 51:00.640] Yeah.
[51:00.640 --> 51:01.640] Yeah.
[51:01.640 --> 51:02.640] I've seen it.
[51:02.640 --> 51:06.880] I've seen it, and I watched it through, and I know what to do in case of a traffic stop.
[51:06.880 --> 51:07.880] Okay.
[51:07.880 --> 51:12.160] Then you better practice it, not just read it, because I guarantee you, when you get
[51:12.160 --> 51:16.760] under pressure, everything you've read will evaporate.
[51:16.760 --> 51:21.240] If you haven't practiced it where you can do it without thinking, then you won't do
[51:21.240 --> 51:22.240] it.
[51:22.240 --> 51:23.240] All right.
[51:23.240 --> 51:27.280] I'll watch that video again, and I'll write it down.
[51:27.280 --> 51:29.640] No, the script is written down.
[51:29.640 --> 51:30.640] That's my point.
[51:30.640 --> 51:36.120] If you haven't downloaded a copy of it, go get it, then find somebody to practice it
[51:36.120 --> 51:37.120] with.
[51:37.120 --> 51:38.120] All right.
[51:38.120 --> 51:39.120] I will do.
[51:39.120 --> 51:42.120] That'll be step one, because that's inevitable.
[51:42.120 --> 51:45.480] There's the holiday weekends coming up, and they're following people.
[51:45.480 --> 51:46.720] Absolutely inevitable.
[51:46.720 --> 51:50.920] I think they know who's going to be suspended or not.
[51:50.920 --> 51:51.920] Okay.
[51:51.920 --> 51:52.920] All right.
[51:52.920 --> 51:53.920] All right.
[51:53.920 --> 51:54.920] Good luck.
[51:54.920 --> 51:55.920] All right, Eddie.
[51:55.920 --> 51:56.920] Thanks a bunch.
[51:56.920 --> 51:57.920] Bye.
[51:57.920 --> 51:58.920] Bye.
[51:58.920 --> 51:59.920] All right.
[51:59.920 --> 52:00.920] Now we're going to go to Brandon in Texas.
[52:00.920 --> 52:03.920] Brandon, what can we do for you?
[52:03.920 --> 52:06.920] I have a question about appealing to the county court.
[52:06.920 --> 52:13.920] Basically, I was going to file the special appearance motion, motion to dismiss.
[52:13.920 --> 52:14.920] Okay.
[52:14.920 --> 52:15.920] Wait a minute.
[52:15.920 --> 52:17.320] You're appealing in the county court?
[52:17.320 --> 52:18.320] Yes.
[52:18.320 --> 52:19.320] From what court?
[52:19.320 --> 52:20.320] From municipal.
[52:20.320 --> 52:23.320] Is it a court of record or non-record?
[52:23.320 --> 52:24.920] It's non-record.
[52:24.920 --> 52:27.320] So it's a DeNovo County court appearance?
[52:27.320 --> 52:28.320] Correct.
[52:28.320 --> 52:29.320] Okay.
[52:29.320 --> 52:30.320] So it's not an actual appeal.
[52:30.320 --> 52:31.320] It's a do-over.
[52:31.320 --> 52:32.320] Okay.
[52:32.320 --> 52:33.320] Good.
[52:33.320 --> 52:34.320] Because I had read some...
[52:34.320 --> 52:41.240] There was a case that's in the package of a guy that got a ticket in the exact same
[52:41.240 --> 52:47.000] city, same judge, same prosecutor, hold nine, and he appealed to, I think it's a different
[52:47.000 --> 52:48.000] court in the county.
[52:48.000 --> 52:52.960] Well, they tell you that it's an appeal, but it's actually a DeNovo when it's from a court
[52:52.960 --> 52:58.640] of no record, which basically means the county court tries to insist the first case never
[52:58.640 --> 53:05.960] happened or the first trial, but you want to force them to treat it like an actual appeal
[53:05.960 --> 53:10.800] because if you properly challenge jurisdiction in the original trial court and they were
[53:10.800 --> 53:15.720] never proven to have jurisdiction on the record, then the county court has no jurisdiction
[53:15.720 --> 53:21.680] to do a DeNovo because they're not the court of original jurisdiction for these cases.
[53:21.680 --> 53:28.480] You wouldn't be in that court if the original court didn't have jurisdiction, is the way
[53:28.480 --> 53:29.640] you have to argue it.
[53:29.640 --> 53:32.880] They never had it, therefore you can't get it.
[53:32.880 --> 53:35.200] You have to dismiss this and overturn them.
[53:35.200 --> 53:36.200] You follow?
[53:36.200 --> 53:37.200] Okay.
[53:37.200 --> 53:38.200] Cool.
[53:38.200 --> 53:39.200] Yeah.
[53:39.200 --> 53:42.200] You just answered all my questions right there just in that couple of minutes.
[53:42.200 --> 53:43.200] Good.
[53:43.200 --> 53:44.200] Yeah.
[53:44.200 --> 53:45.200] I'm good on that right there.
[53:45.200 --> 53:49.680] And I have just one more question about, you're speaking about making a choice and people
[53:49.680 --> 53:55.280] have to be all in or all out, and I mean, trust me, I'm in with this, I'm studying,
[53:55.280 --> 54:02.240] and obviously I listen every Monday, but for my job right now, one of the requirements
[54:02.240 --> 54:06.480] is that I have a driver's license.
[54:06.480 --> 54:14.360] We obviously we're driving just forklifts and we do tugs and every now and again we
[54:14.360 --> 54:20.200] have vans that we'll drive around, but I have to have the driver's license for my employment
[54:20.200 --> 54:21.200] now.
[54:21.200 --> 54:22.200] Right.
[54:22.200 --> 54:24.480] And that's what you should have to have a license for.
[54:24.480 --> 54:25.480] Right.
[54:25.480 --> 54:30.440] So me having it right there, you know, is that right there with kind of what you were
[54:30.440 --> 54:34.320] arguing against, you know, having one toe in and one toe out?
[54:34.320 --> 54:35.320] No, no, no.
[54:35.320 --> 54:36.720] I'm not arguing against that.
[54:36.720 --> 54:39.120] But what that creates for you is a problem.
[54:39.120 --> 54:44.240] And the reason it creates a problem is because if you fight it in your private capacity to
[54:44.240 --> 54:46.120] affect your work capacity.
[54:46.120 --> 54:47.120] Right.
[54:47.120 --> 54:48.120] Okay.
[54:48.120 --> 54:53.280] So for those that actually work in jobs that require a license, the choice you have to
[54:53.280 --> 55:02.840] make is do I want to fight the private assertion and risk the work assertion or the work necessity
[55:02.840 --> 55:07.280] rather of having it?
[55:07.280 --> 55:09.200] And that again is a choice you got to make.
[55:09.200 --> 55:16.000] Not everybody can do that and not everybody would, but you can fight it successfully on
[55:16.000 --> 55:20.960] the private side and still have, you know, because for them to ticket you and charge
[55:20.960 --> 55:25.600] you points on the private side when you were not using the license for commercial purposes,
[55:25.600 --> 55:26.920] that's just wrong.
[55:26.920 --> 55:32.200] That's like walking up to you in your living room in the middle of Texas and they write
[55:32.200 --> 55:37.600] you a ticket for deep sea fishing two hours ago and you were never even there.
[55:37.600 --> 55:40.800] You got a fishing license, but you weren't using it.
[55:40.800 --> 55:41.800] Right.
[55:41.800 --> 55:42.800] Exactly.
[55:42.800 --> 55:51.120] And then that's why we don't give any information to a cop if we get pulled over.
[55:51.120 --> 55:53.080] We don't give any documentation.
[55:53.080 --> 55:58.600] We don't answer any of their questions unless they tell us that we're under arrest, in which
[55:58.600 --> 56:03.200] case name, address and date of birth is the information we will give them, but we're not
[56:03.200 --> 56:08.200] required to give them anything physical.
[56:08.200 --> 56:09.200] Okay.
[56:09.200 --> 56:10.200] Okay.
[56:10.200 --> 56:13.200] Yeah, that's basically all I had.
[56:13.200 --> 56:15.200] Yeah, I'll let you go so you can get to the other callers, man.
[56:15.200 --> 56:16.200] Keep up doing the good work.
[56:16.200 --> 56:17.200] Well, thank you, Brandon.
[56:17.200 --> 56:18.200] You'll be good too.
[56:18.200 --> 56:19.200] And thanks for the call in.
[56:19.200 --> 56:20.200] All right.
[56:20.200 --> 56:21.200] Thanks, man.
[56:21.200 --> 56:22.200] All right.
[56:22.200 --> 56:23.200] Bye bye.
[56:23.200 --> 56:24.200] All right.
[56:24.200 --> 56:25.200] Now we're going to go to Beverly in Maine.
[56:25.200 --> 56:30.200] Beverly, what can we do for you?
[56:30.200 --> 56:36.480] Hello, Beverly?
[56:36.480 --> 56:40.720] I can hear something on the background there, like you've got your phone ready to talk,
[56:40.720 --> 56:43.200] but you're not where I can hear you.
[56:43.200 --> 56:49.480] All right, I'll have to come back to Beverly then.
[56:49.480 --> 56:50.480] All right.
[56:50.480 --> 56:57.320] The next two callers I have are unscreened, so whoever has the last four of 3463 on their
[56:57.320 --> 56:58.320] phone, go ahead.
[56:58.320 --> 56:59.320] Who is this?
[56:59.320 --> 57:00.320] Hello?
[57:00.320 --> 57:01.320] This is Jeff.
[57:01.320 --> 57:02.320] Hi, Jeff.
[57:02.320 --> 57:03.800] What can we do for you?
[57:03.800 --> 57:12.320] Well, I just recently received a letter from County Johnson City that I had received.
[57:12.320 --> 57:13.320] Johnson City?
[57:13.320 --> 57:14.320] You're in Texas?
[57:14.320 --> 57:15.320] Yes, in Texas.
[57:15.320 --> 57:16.320] Okay.
[57:16.320 --> 57:24.200] And I had received a letter from them saying that I'd been ticketed with a nonmoving violation
[57:24.200 --> 57:36.120] about 10 years ago, and I am kind of confused about how I should approach this situation.
[57:36.120 --> 57:41.480] Well, first off, they're way beyond any statute of limitations to collect or try the case
[57:41.480 --> 57:42.840] for that.
[57:42.840 --> 57:46.880] So unless they can produce a warrant that says that you had an outstanding warrant all
[57:46.880 --> 57:51.500] these years, statute of limitations is long gone.
[57:51.500 --> 57:54.660] So there's nothing they can do to collect on it.
[57:54.660 --> 57:59.760] So you have the option of writing a letter back stating that, and that any attempt to
[57:59.760 --> 58:04.320] collect shall be seen as an illegal attempt to collect the debt under the Federal Debt
[58:04.320 --> 58:12.860] Collection Practices Act, in which case you will sue, or they can drop it.
[58:12.860 --> 58:16.240] This is something a lot of municipalities and counties are going back and doing.
[58:16.240 --> 58:20.800] They're digging up old cases that they failed to prosecute, and now they're trying to illegally
[58:20.800 --> 58:24.200] go out and get people just to give them money.
[58:24.200 --> 58:29.280] So I need to send them a letter stating that...
[58:29.280 --> 58:30.400] Prove your case.
[58:30.400 --> 58:32.400] Prove I ever had the citation.
[58:32.400 --> 58:36.520] Prove that there was a warrant issued that stopped the statute of limitations tolling,
[58:36.520 --> 58:37.520] or drop it.
[58:37.520 --> 58:38.520] All right.
[58:38.520 --> 58:40.520] That's kind of what I was...
[58:40.520 --> 58:41.520] Okay.
[58:41.520 --> 58:42.520] Hang on just a second.
[58:42.520 --> 58:43.520] I'm about to go to break.
[58:43.520 --> 58:44.520] All right, folks.
[58:44.520 --> 58:45.520] Calling number 512-646-1984.
[58:45.520 --> 58:50.400] Give us a call.
[58:50.400 --> 58:55.840] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated
[58:55.840 --> 58:58.640] because they struggle to understand it.
[58:58.640 --> 59:04.040] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise
[59:04.040 --> 59:07.280] the profound meaning of the scripture.
[59:07.280 --> 59:09.040] Enter the recovery version.
[59:09.040 --> 59:15.000] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more
[59:15.000 --> 59:18.720] than 9,000 explanatory footnotes.
[59:18.720 --> 59:23.920] Full and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance into
[59:23.920 --> 59:28.440] the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before.

[01:00:50.800 --> 01:00:56.120] On Thursday, the Austin City Council approved up to $270,000 for the purchase of a Lincoln
[01:00:56.120 --> 01:00:58.280] Bearcat armored vehicle.
[01:00:58.280 --> 01:01:02.720] The purchase is meant to replace one of two armored military style vehicles already owned
[01:01:02.720 --> 01:01:04.720] by the Austin Police Department.
[01:01:04.720 --> 01:01:08.920] In an interview with the Liberty Beat, Mayor Lee Leffingwell said the intended use for
[01:01:08.920 --> 01:01:10.840] the Bearcat is a hostage situation.
[01:01:10.840 --> 01:01:14.440] I would say that's the example that comes to mind.
[01:01:14.440 --> 01:01:18.840] Somebody's boarded up in a building with a hostage, that would be the primary situation.
[01:01:18.840 --> 01:01:23.960] When asked if APD has ever used a Bearcat in a hostage situation, or if at all, Leffingwell
[01:01:23.960 --> 01:01:24.960] responded.
[01:01:24.960 --> 01:01:31.120] Sometimes they bring out a SWAT vehicle in a situation where somebody might be cornered.
[01:01:31.120 --> 01:01:36.600] They're used on a fairly regular basis, not necessarily with a formal siege or anything
[01:01:36.600 --> 01:01:39.360] like that, but just on standby ready position.
[01:01:39.360 --> 01:01:43.680] The mayor did not provide an example of a previous situation where somebody might be
[01:01:43.680 --> 01:01:50.000] cornered, leaving the intended everyday use of the Bearcat unspecified.
[01:01:50.000 --> 01:01:54.480] In an apparent attempt to demonize the push to legalize marijuana in the United States,
[01:01:54.480 --> 01:01:58.840] two top military officials implied last week that the effort is negatively impacting the
[01:01:58.840 --> 01:02:02.080] messages sent to the nation's allies in the war on drugs.
[01:02:02.080 --> 01:02:07.480] Admiral Robert J. Papp, Jr., head of the U.S. Coast Guard, stated that Columbia and Nicaragua
[01:02:07.480 --> 01:02:12.320] are confused by legalization legislation, while Marine Corps General John Kelly, head
[01:02:12.320 --> 01:02:16.600] of U.S. Southern Command, said such legislation is making the U.S. appear hypocritical and
[01:02:16.600 --> 01:02:19.080] uncaring about the drug war.
[01:02:19.080 --> 01:02:22.740] Their comments came during a congressional hearing held to focus on the challenges of
[01:02:22.740 --> 01:02:25.040] cracking down on drug smugglers.
[01:02:25.040 --> 01:02:28.360] Support for Liberty Beat comes from My Magic Mud.

[01:02:34.240 --> 01:02:36.360] That's MyMagicMud.com.
[01:02:36.360 --> 01:02:41.800] And support comes from Brave New Books, now offering Pro Pure Water Filtration, the only
[01:02:41.800 --> 01:02:47.320] gravity-driven all-in-one fluoride removal system that also alkalizes the water.

[01:02:53.280 --> 01:02:57.320] This is the Liberty Beat for Monday, May 5th, 2014.
[01:02:57.320 --> 01:03:00.160] Check out the website at TheLibertyBeat.com.
[01:03:27.320 --> 01:03:30.080] All right, let's pick up where we left off here.
[01:03:30.080 --> 01:03:31.560] That's why you said Jeff?
[01:03:31.560 --> 01:03:32.200] Yes.
[01:03:32.200 --> 01:03:32.800] Okay.
[01:03:32.800 --> 01:03:34.360] Jeff in Texas, go ahead.
[01:03:34.360 --> 01:03:36.040] All right, so they sent me a letter.
[01:03:36.040 --> 01:03:39.840] It was a notice of denial or renewal of Texas driver's license.
[01:03:39.840 --> 01:03:46.760] And then they had a couple of non-moving traffic violations or non...
[01:03:46.760 --> 01:03:50.240] Whose name is on the envelope it came in?
[01:03:50.240 --> 01:03:51.600] Jeffrey Provers.
[01:03:51.600 --> 01:03:52.200] Okay.
[01:03:52.200 --> 01:03:55.440] That's not a state entity.
[01:03:55.440 --> 01:04:02.400] That's an attorney or an attorney's law firm that is attempting to steal money.
[01:04:02.400 --> 01:04:05.000] Uh-huh.
[01:04:05.000 --> 01:04:07.960] So, and I just send this back to the address.
[01:04:07.960 --> 01:04:10.080] It's Kimball County.
[01:04:10.080 --> 01:04:15.800] Yeah, you tell him straight up, said you prove up the citation was issued, you prove up a
[01:04:15.800 --> 01:04:21.040] warrant was issued that told the statute of limitations, you prove up that you are not
[01:04:21.040 --> 01:04:28.400] a debt collector under the FDCPA and you dropped this or I will sue you.
[01:04:28.400 --> 01:04:29.400] End of story.
[01:04:29.400 --> 01:04:33.560] Well, that sounds pretty good and straightforward.
[01:04:33.560 --> 01:04:34.560] Very much so.
[01:04:34.560 --> 01:04:38.120] A crook's a crook's a crook.
[01:04:38.120 --> 01:04:41.360] Even though it says it's from the Texas Department of Public Safety...
[01:04:41.360 --> 01:04:44.560] If it was from the Texas Department of Public Safety, don't you think they can afford a
[01:04:44.560 --> 01:04:45.560] freaking envelope?
[01:04:45.560 --> 01:04:49.560] Oh, like a return envelope?
[01:04:49.560 --> 01:04:57.120] No, no, no, you said the envelope this came in said it was from this attorney, right?
[01:04:57.120 --> 01:05:03.320] It doesn't say Texas Department of Public Safety Licensing Division on it, does it?
[01:05:03.320 --> 01:05:12.120] I don't have the envelope with me, but I wouldn't be able to say that for certain.
[01:05:12.120 --> 01:05:19.360] Okay, well, either way, they're way beyond statute of limitations.
[01:05:19.360 --> 01:05:24.640] So unless they can prove a warrant was issued and that it was actually issued to you, they
[01:05:24.640 --> 01:05:26.200] don't have a leg to stand on.
[01:05:26.200 --> 01:05:27.560] They just want free money.
[01:05:27.560 --> 01:05:31.400] Yeah, and I have no recollection of...
[01:05:31.400 --> 01:05:33.600] That's probably because it didn't happen.
[01:05:33.600 --> 01:05:45.320] All right, so I will write up that letter and send it off and keep you updated, I guess.
[01:05:45.320 --> 01:05:46.320] Okay.
[01:05:46.320 --> 01:05:48.000] All right, thank you so much.
[01:05:48.000 --> 01:05:49.000] You're very welcome.
[01:05:49.000 --> 01:05:50.000] All right.
[01:05:50.000 --> 01:05:51.000] Bye.
[01:05:51.000 --> 01:05:52.000] All right.
[01:05:52.000 --> 01:05:53.000] Okay.
[01:05:53.000 --> 01:05:55.120] I'm going to try one more time.
[01:05:55.120 --> 01:05:57.400] Beverly in Maine, are you there?
[01:05:57.400 --> 01:05:58.400] I'm here.
[01:05:58.400 --> 01:05:59.400] Okay.
[01:05:59.400 --> 01:06:00.400] What can we do for you, ma'am?
[01:06:00.400 --> 01:06:03.960] I have a very bad cold, so bear with me.
[01:06:03.960 --> 01:06:09.200] I want to thank you on that recommendation to file the interlocutory appeal.
[01:06:09.200 --> 01:06:10.200] Yes, ma'am.
[01:06:10.200 --> 01:06:16.200] My case now is before the First Circuit Court of Appeals of Boston.
[01:06:16.200 --> 01:06:17.200] Okay.
[01:06:17.200 --> 01:06:25.640] And I'm in Maine, and I'm confused a little bit when they talk reference laws, and I've
[01:06:25.640 --> 01:06:31.120] never had any experience with the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
[01:06:31.120 --> 01:06:36.080] And I can say it's not ACER, but it's some type of program.
[01:06:36.080 --> 01:06:37.080] I guess every...
[01:06:37.080 --> 01:06:38.080] PACER.
[01:06:38.080 --> 01:06:39.080] electronically.
[01:06:39.080 --> 01:06:42.880] It's called PACER.
[01:06:42.880 --> 01:06:43.880] And I have to do that.
[01:06:43.880 --> 01:06:46.880] I have to be filing.
[01:06:46.880 --> 01:06:47.880] Well, no.
[01:06:47.880 --> 01:06:49.080] PACER is for looking cases up.
[01:06:49.080 --> 01:06:52.880] I don't know that it's got a place for filing federal lawsuits.
[01:06:52.880 --> 01:06:53.880] They should...
[01:06:53.880 --> 01:06:57.680] Are they telling you that you have to file your documents electronically like an attorney
[01:06:57.680 --> 01:06:58.680] does?
[01:06:58.680 --> 01:06:59.680] So, yes.
[01:06:59.680 --> 01:07:04.480] They're saying that, but then they said, well, they're probably saying, so it's okay.
[01:07:04.480 --> 01:07:11.640] So I mailed my documents to Boston, but I had a situation where I had a health thing
[01:07:11.640 --> 01:07:18.840] that came up, and it did cause me...created a delay, and I was sitting on the fence, and
[01:07:18.840 --> 01:07:24.400] I don't want to go out there and say, well, I'm not a well person, because I totally am.
[01:07:24.400 --> 01:07:32.280] And first they said, pay your money and bring your documents to Port of Maine.
[01:07:32.280 --> 01:07:33.280] So I did.
[01:07:33.280 --> 01:07:39.360] And after I did that, they said, no, your documents have to come here, but when you
[01:07:39.360 --> 01:07:46.800] file medical papers you sign, you put on there sealed, and they opened that and they scanned
[01:07:46.800 --> 01:07:47.800] it.
[01:07:47.800 --> 01:07:53.240] And that really made me angry, because I didn't want that on the Internet.
[01:07:53.240 --> 01:07:55.000] Well, you don't have a choice.
[01:07:55.000 --> 01:07:58.280] That's how they're tracking all pleadings filed in the courts.
[01:07:58.280 --> 01:07:59.400] Those are public records.
[01:07:59.400 --> 01:08:01.080] They have to make them publicly available.
[01:08:01.080 --> 01:08:03.000] They can't just shut them off from the public.
[01:08:03.000 --> 01:08:07.480] Well, they said the medical records, they do.
[01:08:07.480 --> 01:08:13.000] Yeah, but that'll be partitioned off from where they store the rest of it, but the actual
[01:08:13.000 --> 01:08:14.480] pleading is public.
[01:08:14.480 --> 01:08:15.480] Right.
[01:08:15.480 --> 01:08:22.760] All I've been talking about is the medical part of it, because I was late on one filing.
[01:08:22.760 --> 01:08:27.440] So what the First Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed...
[01:08:27.440 --> 01:08:35.240] Now, I haven't got it in writing, so I guess I have to go on the Internet to find this.
[01:08:35.240 --> 01:08:39.960] They agreed to two motions that I wrote.
[01:08:39.960 --> 01:08:42.440] One was to supplement my pleading.
[01:08:42.440 --> 01:08:48.480] The case that preceded the one that's in the U.S. District Court, Selena Judge, is really
[01:08:48.480 --> 01:08:55.360] the heart of the case, and I asked that they review that for actual finding and conclusion
[01:08:55.360 --> 01:09:01.160] of law, because there's no way out for them having dragged me to court for 19 years.
[01:09:01.160 --> 01:09:09.600] And the other matter that they said they put on the dog tail was the supplement for the
[01:09:09.600 --> 01:09:15.960] other one picking up the CD9461, which was the heart of the case, is the supplement for
[01:09:15.960 --> 01:09:16.960] the...
[01:09:16.960 --> 01:09:27.360] I have such a headache right now, but I asked that the U.S. District Court in Portland,
[01:09:27.360 --> 01:09:33.080] Maine, said I could not amend my complaint in tort against the judge in the county in
[01:09:33.080 --> 01:09:34.080] such...
[01:09:34.080 --> 01:09:37.480] And that they said they put that on the docket, so that's the other one.
[01:09:37.480 --> 01:09:40.800] The judge told you or who told you?
[01:09:40.800 --> 01:09:46.520] The judge wrote an order saying I couldn't amend his complaint in tort.
[01:09:46.520 --> 01:09:47.520] Okay.
[01:09:47.520 --> 01:09:49.560] Well, the judge...
[01:09:49.560 --> 01:09:53.640] If the judge declares there's a problem with it, he doesn't have a choice but to let you
[01:09:53.640 --> 01:09:55.520] amend it.
[01:09:55.520 --> 01:09:59.520] And if you know there's a problem with it, you always have a right to amend the complaint
[01:09:59.520 --> 01:10:04.160] unless you're passed a deadline for the amendment you're trying to make.
[01:10:04.160 --> 01:10:06.600] Well...
[01:10:06.600 --> 01:10:10.880] Like if you're trying to state a new claim or cause of action in the complaint and you're
[01:10:10.880 --> 01:10:15.160] passed a statute of limitations for doing that, he can prevent you from amending it
[01:10:15.160 --> 01:10:17.560] in that way.
[01:10:17.560 --> 01:10:20.120] Not a new claim.
[01:10:20.120 --> 01:10:28.640] Not a new claim, but more, you know, just fine-tuning what's in there now and adding
[01:10:28.640 --> 01:10:34.560] more constitutional violations, which are in...
[01:10:34.560 --> 01:10:45.320] If they supplement the record, which is adding the heart of the case to the...on the motion
[01:10:45.320 --> 01:10:53.160] on the First Circuit of the Appeal Court, if they add that, then everything that is
[01:10:53.160 --> 01:10:54.160] in there...
[01:10:54.160 --> 01:11:01.680] I know I can't add anything beyond what was already there, but when I went to the U.S.
[01:11:01.680 --> 01:11:06.040] District Court in Portland here and I asked him to amend the complaint, I was within the
[01:11:06.040 --> 01:11:09.920] proliferating line and he said no.
[01:11:09.920 --> 01:11:13.880] He said the judge didn't have to answer form 51.
[01:11:13.880 --> 01:11:17.160] He said that the lawyer didn't have to answer form 11.
[01:11:17.160 --> 01:11:24.600] Well, again, I know that's why you filed the interlocutory appeal, but again, they can't
[01:11:24.600 --> 01:11:29.080] prevent you from amending your complaint if you're within the timeframe for doing any
[01:11:29.080 --> 01:11:32.480] of that.
[01:11:32.480 --> 01:11:37.320] And if someone told you that you couldn't and you were in the proper timeframe now,
[01:11:37.320 --> 01:11:39.440] make sure that that's the case.
[01:11:39.440 --> 01:11:42.760] But if you were in a proper timeframe to do that and they told you you couldn't, then
[01:11:42.760 --> 01:11:46.640] you need to be filing a complaint against whoever that did that as well.
[01:11:46.640 --> 01:11:53.000] Now, I have a complaint form from a different court.
[01:11:53.000 --> 01:12:04.120] I have it from First...Berryman's First Circuit Court in Washington.
[01:12:04.120 --> 01:12:07.720] And somebody said I could file as many of these as I want.
[01:12:07.720 --> 01:12:11.360] The more I file, the better off I'll be, because then they'll be more apt to...
[01:12:11.360 --> 01:12:14.280] Well, wait, file as many of what as you want?
[01:12:14.280 --> 01:12:16.080] Complaints and...
[01:12:16.080 --> 01:12:21.040] Well, it depends on what you're calling a complaint.
[01:12:21.040 --> 01:12:25.080] If you're actually filing a suit, you don't want to do that.
[01:12:25.080 --> 01:12:28.800] They're going to declare you a vexatious litigant, and then they're going to hammer you and prevent
[01:12:28.800 --> 01:12:31.600] you from being able to do anything that you need to do.
[01:12:31.600 --> 01:12:36.280] If you're talking about actually filing a judicial conduct complaint or something of
[01:12:36.280 --> 01:12:41.600] that nature, yeah, you can do as many of those as you find necessary to control whatever
[01:12:41.600 --> 01:12:42.600] they're doing.
[01:12:42.600 --> 01:12:43.600] Okay.
[01:12:43.600 --> 01:12:51.360] The judicial complaint, like right now, the response that they said they put on the docket
[01:12:51.360 --> 01:12:59.920] was to allow me to submit the record and to apply to amend the complaint in court, those
[01:12:59.920 --> 01:13:00.920] two items.
[01:13:00.920 --> 01:13:08.200] Now, the magistrate that did this said I couldn't do that, I mean, he's a hoot.
[01:13:08.200 --> 01:13:13.880] That's where I said, I have a form that I could send to Washington, and it's our pre-made
[01:13:13.880 --> 01:13:20.280] form that says, are you reporting a magistrate here?
[01:13:20.280 --> 01:13:26.120] And that's where I thought I would send that.
[01:13:26.120 --> 01:13:32.000] And then that way they would be looking at it from two points of view, right, Washington
[01:13:32.000 --> 01:13:35.120] and Boston.
[01:13:35.120 --> 01:13:39.960] It's very complicated for me, though, I'm not experienced in this kind of stuff.
[01:13:39.960 --> 01:13:43.840] I'm going to be all right, though, I'm going to prevail.
[01:13:43.840 --> 01:13:53.440] And they also had a, in the same court, had a section that you could file for a pro bono
[01:13:53.440 --> 01:13:54.440] lawyer.
[01:13:54.440 --> 01:13:58.600] You could ask for a pro bono lawyer.
[01:13:58.600 --> 01:14:05.360] And I just am not confident about some of the rules and, you know, have you been there
[01:14:05.360 --> 01:14:06.360] before?
[01:14:06.360 --> 01:14:07.360] Have I what?
[01:14:07.360 --> 01:14:09.440] Have you filed in the First Circuit?
[01:14:09.440 --> 01:14:13.320] No, I don't live in an area where I'd file in the First Circuit.
[01:14:13.320 --> 01:14:18.800] Yeah, well, anyway, that's where I went from the interlocutor.
[01:14:18.800 --> 01:14:25.560] And I think that it's good, because without me, they all stood together up here.
[01:14:25.560 --> 01:14:26.560] And...
[01:14:26.560 --> 01:14:27.560] Okay.
[01:14:27.560 --> 01:14:31.680] Well, Beverly, is there any more questions you have on this subject?
[01:14:31.680 --> 01:14:38.080] So, if there's something, you're not familiar with the First Circuit appeals, so...
[01:14:38.080 --> 01:14:44.140] Well, the federal appeals process is fairly similar to every other federal appeals process
[01:14:44.140 --> 01:14:45.920] or whatever.
[01:14:45.920 --> 01:14:50.840] If there will be local rules associated with wherever you are, in some cases, they'll have
[01:14:50.840 --> 01:14:56.000] their own particular way of doing certain things locally, but the general rules of federal
[01:14:56.000 --> 01:14:58.000] procedure are the same everywhere.
[01:14:58.000 --> 01:14:59.000] Okay.
[01:14:59.000 --> 01:15:03.680] I think I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to file a complaint on that magistrate.
[01:15:03.680 --> 01:15:04.680] Okay.
[01:15:04.680 --> 01:15:08.880] So, if they bounce it back to him, at least he's going to know there's somebody in Washington
[01:15:08.880 --> 01:15:10.880] trying to toe the line.
[01:15:10.880 --> 01:15:11.880] All right.
[01:15:11.880 --> 01:15:12.880] Well, that's good.
[01:15:12.880 --> 01:15:13.880] Do it.
[01:15:13.880 --> 01:15:14.880] It's awful complicated.
[01:15:14.880 --> 01:15:15.880] Thank you very much.
[01:15:15.880 --> 01:15:16.880] Bye-bye.
[01:15:16.880 --> 01:15:17.880] You have a great night.
[01:15:17.880 --> 01:15:18.880] Bye.
[01:15:18.880 --> 01:15:19.880] Thanks.
[01:15:19.880 --> 01:15:20.880] Bye-bye.
[01:15:20.880 --> 01:15:21.880] All right.
[01:15:21.880 --> 01:15:22.880] Let's see.
[01:15:22.880 --> 01:15:28.200] Now, I have, again, unscreened area code 615.
[01:15:28.200 --> 01:15:31.000] Can I have your name and where you're calling from, please?
[01:15:31.000 --> 01:15:34.680] My name is Astrum and I'm calling from Austin, Texas.
[01:15:34.680 --> 01:15:35.680] Well, okay.
[01:15:35.680 --> 01:15:36.680] Astrum?
[01:15:36.680 --> 01:15:37.680] Uh-huh.
[01:15:37.680 --> 01:15:38.680] All right.
[01:15:38.680 --> 01:15:39.680] What can we do for you?
[01:15:39.680 --> 01:15:44.400] Well, we've been having a few email exchanges about a speeding ticket that I received the
[01:15:44.400 --> 01:15:45.400] other night.
[01:15:45.400 --> 01:15:46.400] Okay.
[01:15:46.400 --> 01:15:53.840] And you told me to give you a call on the show to see why I'm kind of screwed at this
[01:15:53.840 --> 01:15:54.840] point.
[01:15:54.840 --> 01:15:55.840] Okay.
[01:15:55.840 --> 01:15:59.960] And on the night that you were stopped, tell me what you did when the officer came up to
[01:15:59.960 --> 01:16:06.040] your car window, assuming you were in a car and not a motorcycle or a bicycle or something
[01:16:06.040 --> 01:16:07.040] of that nature.
[01:16:07.040 --> 01:16:12.680] I rolled down the window because he was yelling at me, asking me why I didn't pull over right
[01:16:12.680 --> 01:16:20.760] away, and so then I proceeded to tell him that I was looking for a safe place to pull
[01:16:20.760 --> 01:16:25.600] over because we were on the highway.
[01:16:25.600 --> 01:16:30.560] And then he said that there was like two exits that I passed and why didn't I take any of
[01:16:30.560 --> 01:16:31.560] those exits?
[01:16:31.560 --> 01:16:34.760] And I said, because I didn't realize that you were following me.
[01:16:34.760 --> 01:16:36.560] Okay, Astrum, hang on just a minute.
[01:16:36.560 --> 01:16:39.840] We're going to take a break and we'll pick this up on the other side, okay?
[01:16:39.840 --> 01:16:40.840] Okay.
[01:16:40.840 --> 01:16:41.840] All right, folks.
[01:16:41.840 --> 01:16:42.840] Hello, radio.
[01:16:42.840 --> 01:16:47.360] I've got about 45 minutes left in this and I've only got Astrum left to talk to, so I
[01:16:47.360 --> 01:16:48.360] need some more people.

[01:18:13.840 --> 01:18:16.360] Hey everybody, this is Harlan Dietrich, owner of Brave New Books.
[01:18:16.360 --> 01:18:18.840] I just want to tell everybody about My Magic Mud.

[01:18:22.200 --> 01:18:23.200] I think it makes them stronger.

[01:18:28.080 --> 01:18:32.720] If that wasn't enough, Dr. Griffin Cole, DDS, who's been featured on the Alex Jones show,
[01:18:32.720 --> 01:18:33.720] loves it too.
[01:18:33.720 --> 01:18:37.960] Hi, I'm Dr. Griffin Cole, and I've got to tell you, I really love this Magic Mud product.

[01:18:59.840 --> 01:19:28.480] All right, folks.
[01:19:28.480 --> 01:19:29.480] We are back.
[01:19:29.480 --> 01:19:36.360] This is Rule of Law Radio, and we are talking to Astrum in Texas, here in Austin, in fact.
[01:19:36.360 --> 01:19:38.360] Go ahead, Astrum.
[01:19:38.360 --> 01:19:46.320] So yeah, so he pulled me over and was yelling at me as to why I didn't pull over earlier.
[01:19:46.320 --> 01:19:52.800] And I just basically told him I was looking for a safe place to pull over.
[01:19:52.800 --> 01:19:59.320] And then I believe I told him that I wasn't engaged in any commercial transportation,
[01:19:59.320 --> 01:20:03.440] and he asked me why I was telling him that, and I said, because I was told that when I
[01:20:03.440 --> 01:20:08.240] got pulled over, that's what I'm supposed to say.
[01:20:08.240 --> 01:20:16.000] And he kind of inquired a little bit as to why, and I didn't know, I didn't have a...
[01:20:16.000 --> 01:20:18.080] You don't have a script, do you?
[01:20:18.080 --> 01:20:19.080] Yeah, no.
[01:20:19.080 --> 01:20:20.080] No.
[01:20:20.080 --> 01:20:21.080] Okay.
[01:20:21.080 --> 01:20:26.280] So what happened after that?
[01:20:26.280 --> 01:20:29.960] He asked to see my license and registration.
[01:20:29.960 --> 01:20:33.840] And I knew that I probably wasn't supposed to give it to him, but I didn't know why,
[01:20:33.840 --> 01:20:34.840] so...
[01:20:34.840 --> 01:20:35.840] Ding, ding, ding.
[01:20:35.840 --> 01:20:36.840] You are correct.
[01:20:36.840 --> 01:20:40.680] And that is what lost your case.
[01:20:40.680 --> 01:20:46.920] You cannot assert, I'm not engaged in transportation or other commercial use of the highways,
[01:20:46.920 --> 01:20:52.320] and then go, oh, you want the license that says I am engaged in transportation and commercial
[01:20:52.320 --> 01:20:54.240] use of the highways.
[01:20:54.240 --> 01:20:56.480] Here you go.
[01:20:56.480 --> 01:20:57.480] Yeah.
[01:20:57.480 --> 01:21:01.200] Now, even if it's not a CDL.
[01:21:01.200 --> 01:21:07.000] They're all commercial, every last one of them.
[01:21:07.000 --> 01:21:12.640] A taxi driver does not have a CDL.
[01:21:12.640 --> 01:21:17.840] Okay.
[01:21:17.840 --> 01:21:21.600] Most delivery drivers don't have CDLs.
[01:21:21.600 --> 01:21:22.600] Yeah.
[01:21:22.600 --> 01:21:27.320] So you see the problem?
[01:21:27.320 --> 01:21:29.780] All licenses and permits are commercial.
[01:21:29.780 --> 01:21:32.360] There are no exceptions.
[01:21:32.360 --> 01:21:35.040] They want you to think there is, but there isn't.
[01:21:35.040 --> 01:21:36.040] Yeah.
[01:21:36.040 --> 01:21:37.040] Okay.
[01:21:37.040 --> 01:21:44.040] In fact, if you want proof positive that all licenses in Texas are commercial in relation
[01:21:44.040 --> 01:21:52.040] to driving or operating a motor vehicle, all you have to do is look at 521.025, where it
[01:21:52.040 --> 01:21:57.480] specifically states that all licenses are required to be issued under the provisions
[01:21:57.480 --> 01:21:59.960] of that chapter.
[01:21:59.960 --> 01:22:05.720] And yet chapter 522.025 is the one that's labeled commercial driver's licenses.
[01:22:05.720 --> 01:22:10.360] But there's absolutely nothing in 522.025 about issuing one.
[01:22:10.360 --> 01:22:18.080] The only thing in 522.025 mirrors exactly what's in 521.025 as far as the class and
[01:22:18.080 --> 01:22:23.800] the type of motor vehicle that the license is allowed to operate with.
[01:22:23.800 --> 01:22:25.760] That's it.
[01:22:25.760 --> 01:22:30.000] Now if you look at your license, do you have a class on it?
[01:22:30.000 --> 01:22:31.000] Yeah.
[01:22:31.000 --> 01:22:35.960] Well, guess where class is listed in the transportation code?
[01:22:35.960 --> 01:22:40.080] Chapter 522.025 under commercial driver's licenses.
[01:22:40.080 --> 01:22:46.800] Class does not exist in chapter 521.
[01:22:46.800 --> 01:22:56.520] And 521.025 says all licenses have to be issued under the provision of that chapter.
[01:22:56.520 --> 01:23:01.880] They're all commercial.
[01:23:01.880 --> 01:23:05.880] But the moment you produce that license and registration, you gave him all he needed to
[01:23:05.880 --> 01:23:10.880] have a prima facie case against you, which now makes it virtually impossible for you
[01:23:10.880 --> 01:23:16.680] to argue in court that I was not engaged in transportation because you voluntarily gave
[01:23:16.680 --> 01:23:23.280] them evidence that said, that's not true.
[01:23:23.280 --> 01:23:26.840] Now the only thing you can do, and you said this is a speeding charge, right?
[01:23:26.840 --> 01:23:27.840] Yeah.
[01:23:27.840 --> 01:23:32.920] So now the only thing you can do is fight it on merits, and that's almost always a losing
[01:23:32.920 --> 01:23:33.920] argument.
[01:23:33.920 --> 01:23:38.960] However, in Texas, they never prove a speeding case.
[01:23:38.960 --> 01:23:45.640] They virtually never prove one because they forget a set of elements that's actually required
[01:23:45.640 --> 01:23:49.920] outside of just the engaged in transportation part.
[01:23:49.920 --> 01:23:57.880] See, 545.351 and 352 are the statutes dealing with speeding in Texas.
[01:23:57.880 --> 01:24:03.160] They try to say that just because you're going faster than the posted speed limit under 352,
[01:24:03.160 --> 01:24:05.760] you're automatically guilty of speeding.
[01:24:05.760 --> 01:24:07.560] Not true.
[01:24:07.560 --> 01:24:12.580] That is simply prima facie evidence that you were doing something unlawful.
[01:24:12.580 --> 01:24:20.760] But the factual evidence that would prove it would be under 351 where it says that you
[01:24:20.760 --> 01:24:26.880] failed to avoid a collision due to how fast you were going with another person or vehicle
[01:24:26.880 --> 01:24:30.600] lawfully entering the highway.
[01:24:30.600 --> 01:24:35.280] See the complaint has a phrase in it that does not exist in 352.
[01:24:35.280 --> 01:24:39.480] It only exists in 351 of the transportation code.
[01:24:39.480 --> 01:24:44.120] And that phrase is under the circumstances and conditions then existing.
[01:24:44.120 --> 01:24:52.120] That language, once it's listed in that complaint from 351, means all of the elements of 351
[01:24:52.120 --> 01:24:54.000] must be proven.
[01:24:54.000 --> 01:24:59.400] And the elements require a collision with another person or vehicle lawfully entering
[01:24:59.400 --> 01:25:01.060] the highway.
[01:25:01.060 --> 01:25:05.200] They never prove that.
[01:25:05.200 --> 01:25:10.320] That's why your merits argument is harder because you have to make that assertion and
[01:25:10.320 --> 01:25:15.280] know how to force them to prove no collision happened.
[01:25:15.280 --> 01:25:19.360] Now since you're in Austin, you need to be coming to the Sunday classes because that's
[01:25:19.360 --> 01:25:21.960] part of what we're practicing.
[01:25:21.960 --> 01:25:23.400] Okay.
[01:25:23.400 --> 01:25:25.640] All right.
[01:25:25.640 --> 01:25:32.440] Those are from 2 to 5 down at Brave New Books at 1904 Guadalupe Street.
[01:25:32.440 --> 01:25:36.960] They are from 2 to 5 p.m.
[01:25:36.960 --> 01:25:37.960] Okay.
[01:25:37.960 --> 01:25:38.960] All right.
[01:25:38.960 --> 01:25:39.960] I will be there.
[01:25:39.960 --> 01:25:40.960] Okay.
[01:25:40.960 --> 01:25:41.960] Well, anything else?
[01:25:41.960 --> 01:25:42.960] I think that's it.
[01:25:42.960 --> 01:25:43.960] All right.
[01:25:43.960 --> 01:25:44.960] Well, thanks for calling in.
[01:25:44.960 --> 01:25:45.960] All right.
[01:25:45.960 --> 01:25:46.960] Thank you so much.
[01:25:46.960 --> 01:25:47.960] You're welcome.
[01:25:47.960 --> 01:25:48.960] Bye-bye.
[01:25:48.960 --> 01:25:49.960] All right.
[01:25:49.960 --> 01:25:50.960] Bye-bye.
[01:25:50.960 --> 01:25:51.960] All right.
[01:25:51.960 --> 01:25:55.920] Now we're going to go to, again, an unscreened caller, area code 828.
[01:25:55.920 --> 01:26:02.040] Who is this and where are you located?
[01:26:02.040 --> 01:26:05.800] My name is Suzanne Getty and I'm in Asheville, North Carolina.
[01:26:05.800 --> 01:26:06.800] Well, hello, Suzanne.
[01:26:06.800 --> 01:26:08.800] How can we help you?
[01:26:08.800 --> 01:26:09.800] Hey.
[01:26:09.800 --> 01:26:10.800] Okay.
[01:26:10.800 --> 01:26:16.680] I haven't been listening to the radio, but I think I met you.
[01:26:16.680 --> 01:26:17.680] Is this Randy?
[01:26:17.680 --> 01:26:18.680] No.
[01:26:18.680 --> 01:26:19.680] This is Eddie.
[01:26:19.680 --> 01:26:20.680] I'm too pretty to be Randy.
[01:26:20.680 --> 01:26:21.680] You're too pretty to be Randy.
[01:26:21.680 --> 01:26:31.280] Well, I was actually trying to locate Randy and it had to do with mortgages.
[01:26:31.280 --> 01:26:32.280] Okay then.
[01:26:32.280 --> 01:26:33.280] Yeah.
[01:26:33.280 --> 01:26:36.520] You definitely want him and that'll be Thursday or Friday nights.
[01:26:36.520 --> 01:26:39.400] Thursday or Friday and I apologize.
[01:26:39.400 --> 01:26:41.920] No, that's okay.
[01:26:41.920 --> 01:26:45.760] For interrupting your show.
[01:26:45.760 --> 01:26:49.960] But anyway, I was just trying to locate him and it's Thursday or Friday.
[01:26:49.960 --> 01:26:50.960] Yes, ma'am.
[01:26:50.960 --> 01:26:51.960] Thank you so much.
[01:26:51.960 --> 01:26:52.960] I appreciate that.
[01:26:52.960 --> 01:26:53.960] You're welcome.
[01:26:53.960 --> 01:26:54.960] Bye-bye.
[01:26:54.960 --> 01:26:55.960] Bye-bye.
[01:26:55.960 --> 01:26:56.960] All right.
[01:26:56.960 --> 01:26:57.960] Now we have Rob in Illinois.
[01:26:57.960 --> 01:27:00.960] Rob, what can we do for you?
[01:27:00.960 --> 01:27:01.960] Hello, Eddie.
[01:27:01.960 --> 01:27:08.160] I just thought I'd give you a shout and help you fill in some of the time tonight.
[01:27:08.160 --> 01:27:11.080] Actually, you're kind of in the middle of a bunch of callers now.
[01:27:11.080 --> 01:27:14.680] When I gave out that last call, I had a buttload of people jump on here.
[01:27:14.680 --> 01:27:15.680] So go ahead.
[01:27:15.680 --> 01:27:16.680] Great.
[01:27:16.680 --> 01:27:19.160] I'll give out my email again if that's all right with you.
[01:27:19.160 --> 01:27:20.160] Okay.
[01:27:20.160 --> 01:27:25.120] It's rob1802 at mail.com.
[01:27:25.120 --> 01:27:29.520] That is rob1802 at mail.com.
[01:27:29.520 --> 01:27:33.680] I know Jeff was on here just a little bit ago talking about the FDCPA.
[01:27:33.680 --> 01:27:41.080] If you're listening, I'll send you some information on that that should help your case out.
[01:27:41.080 --> 01:27:46.080] A lot of people, you know, they call in and they're asking, it seems like they're asking
[01:27:46.080 --> 01:27:52.080] you last minute for help and it's like if the people that are listening, the best thing
[01:27:52.080 --> 01:27:56.480] that I believe you can do is listen to Eddie for a couple of months.
[01:27:56.480 --> 01:28:00.120] Learn that transportation script over and over again.
[01:28:00.120 --> 01:28:01.120] Think about it 24-7.
[01:28:01.120 --> 01:28:02.760] Take it with you in the car.
[01:28:02.760 --> 01:28:08.280] Take it with you to work and ingrain that into your mind so that it becomes second nature
[01:28:08.280 --> 01:28:12.360] because when you get pulled over, everything that you've learned will go right out the
[01:28:12.360 --> 01:28:18.120] window if you don't have that ingrained and it's not your second nature.
[01:28:18.120 --> 01:28:24.520] And I get people that are on my email list and some people want off and then they call
[01:28:24.520 --> 01:28:28.000] me up a little bit later and say, oh, I got into trouble and I'm like, hey, if you were
[01:28:28.000 --> 01:28:30.000] on the list, you would have had that information.
[01:28:30.000 --> 01:28:33.600] So, you know, this is a learning lesson for people.
[01:28:33.600 --> 01:28:37.320] If you want to reject knowledge, that's fine, but, you know, then you're going to be in
[01:28:37.320 --> 01:28:41.760] a situation that you're not going to want to be in when trouble comes knocking on your
[01:28:41.760 --> 01:28:42.760] door.
[01:28:42.760 --> 01:28:44.520] That's a fact.
[01:28:44.520 --> 01:28:48.160] Going out to battle unarmed, not a good idea.
[01:28:48.160 --> 01:28:51.640] And the whole purpose of that script is to get you armed.
[01:28:51.640 --> 01:28:52.640] Yep.
[01:28:52.640 --> 01:28:53.640] All right.
[01:28:53.640 --> 01:28:54.640] Rob, anything else?
[01:28:54.640 --> 01:28:55.640] Yeah.
[01:28:55.640 --> 01:28:56.640] Real quick.
[01:28:56.640 --> 01:29:00.520] I don't know if I talked to you about this, maybe a couple of weeks ago, the American
[01:29:00.520 --> 01:29:06.880] Free Press had an article and that lady just called about the mortgages and it was about
[01:29:06.880 --> 01:29:07.880] Bank of America.
[01:29:07.880 --> 01:29:15.560] They lost a case and you can go to AmericanFreePress.net, the website and look up the Bank of America
[01:29:15.560 --> 01:29:16.560] case.
[01:29:16.560 --> 01:29:21.840] And the judge ruled in favor of this man who had his house foreclosed on because Bank of
[01:29:21.840 --> 01:29:28.560] America violated the Consumer Protection Act and it's a very good case, so I can forge
[01:29:28.560 --> 01:29:29.560] you that information.
[01:29:29.560 --> 01:29:30.560] Okay.
[01:29:30.560 --> 01:29:34.040] It turns out that after reading this, I have music, I'll hold on.
[01:29:34.040 --> 01:29:35.040] Okay.
[01:29:35.040 --> 01:29:36.040] Hold on just a minute.
[01:29:36.040 --> 01:29:37.040] We'll pick you up on the other side.
[01:29:37.040 --> 01:29:38.040] Okay.
[01:29:38.040 --> 01:29:39.040] All right, everybody.
[01:29:39.040 --> 01:29:41.600] I don't have everybody's name, so I can't call you out, but if you're on the board,
[01:29:41.600 --> 01:29:42.600] stay there.
[01:29:42.600 --> 01:29:46.520] I will try to get everybody dealt with before we end this show, so don't drop off.
[01:29:46.520 --> 01:29:47.520] All right, folks.
[01:29:47.520 --> 01:29:50.360] This is Monday Night Rule of Law Radio Show.
[01:29:50.360 --> 01:29:51.360] I'm your host, Eddie Craig.
[01:29:51.360 --> 01:29:58.360] Y'all please hang on and we will be right back after this break.
[01:29:58.360 --> 01:30:08.320] Do stats of homework actually help kids learn more or are after school assignments pointless?
[01:30:08.320 --> 01:30:13.240] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you about a new study that measured the benefit
[01:30:13.240 --> 01:30:16.920] of homework on student achievement in a moment.
[01:30:16.920 --> 01:30:18.640] Privacy is under attack.
[01:30:18.640 --> 01:30:23.040] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again and once your privacy
[01:30:23.040 --> 01:30:27.240] is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:30:27.240 --> 01:30:32.440] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[01:30:32.440 --> 01:30:35.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[01:30:35.000 --> 01:30:40.640] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[01:30:40.640 --> 01:30:42.320] Yahoo and Bing.
[01:30:42.320 --> 01:30:46.360] Start over with StartPage.
[01:30:46.360 --> 01:30:50.400] Researchers hand out homework to reinforce the day's lessons and build character and
[01:30:50.400 --> 01:30:55.520] many kids spend several hours on homework each night, but a new study shows that primary
[01:30:55.520 --> 01:31:00.520] school homework actually offers no real benefit and has only limited results for students
[01:31:00.520 --> 01:31:02.800] at the junior high level.
[01:31:02.800 --> 01:31:07.240] Researchers looked at 10,000 children in various countries, comparing the academic performance
[01:31:07.240 --> 01:31:10.280] of those who did homework with others who didn't.
[01:31:10.280 --> 01:31:14.960] They found that only juniors and seniors in high school benefited from doing homework
[01:31:14.960 --> 01:31:16.560] and even then only slightly.
[01:31:16.560 --> 01:31:22.000] Maybe it's time to lighten the homework load so kids can spend more time with the key educators
[01:31:22.000 --> 01:31:23.800] in their lives, their parents.
[01:31:23.800 --> 01:31:31.800] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:31:31.800 --> 01:31:37.160] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11.
[01:31:37.160 --> 01:31:39.440] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:31:39.440 --> 01:31:44.240] However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:31:44.240 --> 01:31:48.200] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives, and thousands of my fellow
[01:31:48.200 --> 01:31:49.640] first responders are dying.
[01:31:49.640 --> 01:31:53.480] I'm not a conspiracy theorist, I'm a structural engineer, I'm a New York City correctional,
[01:31:53.480 --> 01:31:58.200] I'm an Air Force pilot, I'm a father who lost his son, we're Americans, and we deserve
[01:31:58.200 --> 01:31:59.200] the truth.
[01:31:59.200 --> 01:32:02.280] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[01:32:02.280 --> 01:32:05.920] After work, I'm so tired that I want to be left alone to sleep.
[01:32:05.920 --> 01:32:07.520] Hey, listen to me.
[01:32:07.520 --> 01:32:08.520] Who are you?
[01:32:08.520 --> 01:32:12.480] I knew you years ago when you felt healthy and young and everything worked on your body.
[01:32:12.480 --> 01:32:13.840] Do you remember that?
[01:32:13.840 --> 01:32:14.840] Yes.
[01:32:14.840 --> 01:32:16.000] I wish I felt like that now.
[01:32:16.000 --> 01:32:21.160] You can feel like that again with a new micro-plant powder formulation called Iodine Now.
[01:32:21.160 --> 01:32:25.760] It cleans the entire body from head to toe and feeds the body what it really needs.

[01:32:32.600 --> 01:32:37.120] It also protects you from radiation, heavy metals, four-eyed chlorine, and bromine, including

[01:32:40.080 --> 01:32:41.400] You can be your own doctor.
[01:32:41.400 --> 01:32:44.360] I want to keep you out of the hospital and off pharmaceuticals.
[01:32:44.360 --> 01:32:47.240] Wow, why are you so nice to me?
[01:32:47.240 --> 01:32:48.240] Because I'm you.
[01:32:48.240 --> 01:32:51.040] You're out of shape and I need a better looking future.
[01:32:51.040 --> 01:32:52.040] Call 888-910-4367.
[01:32:52.040 --> 01:32:53.040] That's 888-910-4367.
[01:32:53.040 --> 01:32:54.040] Or visit microplantpowder.com.
[01:32:54.040 --> 01:32:55.040] Microplantpowder.com.
[01:32:55.040 --> 01:33:11.960] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:33:11.960 --> 01:33:31.440] All right, folks.
[01:33:31.440 --> 01:33:35.920] We are back and we're going to wrap this up for Rob in Illinois and move on to our next
[01:33:35.920 --> 01:33:36.920] one down.
[01:33:36.920 --> 01:33:37.920] All right, Rob.
[01:33:37.920 --> 01:33:38.920] All right, Eddie.
[01:33:38.920 --> 01:33:43.560] To wrap up real fast, my last comment about MERS in this article, which is beneficial
[01:33:43.560 --> 01:33:48.640] to everybody who's dealing with the mortgage issues, it says that MERS was essentially
[01:33:48.640 --> 01:33:56.440] designed to prevent the inconvenience of paying government fees and taxes for registration
[01:33:56.440 --> 01:33:58.760] each time a mortgage is sold.
[01:33:58.760 --> 01:34:04.540] So, in other words, it prevents a paper trail so that the homeowner can go back and look
[01:34:04.540 --> 01:34:07.840] and say, hey, this is how many times the mortgage was sold.
[01:34:07.840 --> 01:34:12.120] The original bank no longer owns the mortgage and they have no standing to foreclose.
[01:34:12.120 --> 01:34:13.120] Yeah.
[01:34:13.120 --> 01:34:17.720] Now, if you can just get the rest of these rogue courts to understand why the paperwork
[01:34:17.720 --> 01:34:19.320] is important, that might be helpful.
[01:34:19.320 --> 01:34:20.320] Yeah.
[01:34:20.320 --> 01:34:21.800] Because, you know, there's a tax on everything.
[01:34:21.800 --> 01:34:25.160] You look at your phone bill, electric bill, cable bill, everything, your water bill, there's
[01:34:25.160 --> 01:34:26.160] tax.
[01:34:26.160 --> 01:34:30.080] So, there is a tax on every state for the mortgage instrument.
[01:34:30.080 --> 01:34:34.360] And I got the one for California and Washington and it's $10.
[01:34:34.360 --> 01:34:42.240] And you paid this state technology fee and it kills the mortgage, depending on whoever
[01:34:42.240 --> 01:34:43.240] wants to do it.
[01:34:43.240 --> 01:34:44.240] Yeah.
[01:34:44.240 --> 01:34:45.240] All right.
[01:34:45.240 --> 01:34:46.240] Well, I appreciate the info, Rob.
[01:34:46.240 --> 01:34:47.240] Okay.
[01:34:47.240 --> 01:34:48.240] You're welcome.
[01:34:48.240 --> 01:34:49.240] All right.
[01:34:49.240 --> 01:34:50.240] Thanks again.
[01:34:50.240 --> 01:34:51.240] Sure.
[01:34:51.240 --> 01:34:52.240] All right.
[01:34:52.240 --> 01:34:53.240] Now, we're going to go to Terry in Michigan.
[01:34:53.240 --> 01:34:54.240] Terry, what can we do for you?
[01:34:54.240 --> 01:34:55.240] Hi, Eddie.
[01:34:55.240 --> 01:34:57.360] I'm calling for Kenny.
[01:34:57.360 --> 01:35:00.800] He's part of our rule of law, listening and practice group.
[01:35:00.800 --> 01:35:01.800] Okay.
[01:35:01.800 --> 01:35:03.600] He had to work tonight.
[01:35:03.600 --> 01:35:05.680] And I got two questions.
[01:35:05.680 --> 01:35:06.680] All right.
[01:35:06.680 --> 01:35:12.840] He had been to court and I know he's talked to you a couple of times.
[01:35:12.840 --> 01:35:13.840] It was his first time.
[01:35:13.840 --> 01:35:17.840] He did a pretty good job, but a couple of things slipped by him.
[01:35:17.840 --> 01:35:24.280] Well, one of the things is he did challenge jurisdiction several times.
[01:35:24.280 --> 01:35:28.280] And so, we're going to appeal.
[01:35:28.280 --> 01:35:35.400] And he went down within the seven days and tried to file a notice of appeal and the clerk
[01:35:35.400 --> 01:35:37.200] refused to accept it.
[01:35:37.200 --> 01:35:45.720] So, what we did is he sent a certified return receipt to the U.S. mail with a note stating
[01:35:45.720 --> 01:35:50.520] that because the clerk refused acceptance in person, that he's doing it by mail.
[01:35:50.520 --> 01:35:52.840] But it's past the seven days.
[01:35:52.840 --> 01:35:57.880] Do you think he's still going to be able to appeal?
[01:35:57.880 --> 01:36:01.840] He can make the argument that he was denied access to the court by the clerk.
[01:36:01.840 --> 01:36:05.000] The clerk cannot refuse to accept the document.
[01:36:05.000 --> 01:36:07.200] It's not within her purview.
[01:36:07.200 --> 01:36:10.880] Only the magistrate or judge can refuse to allow something to be filed.
[01:36:10.880 --> 01:36:13.280] That's not within the power of the clerk.
[01:36:13.280 --> 01:36:17.640] Not unless the clerk knows, like for instance, the clerk of the county record and the clerk
[01:36:17.640 --> 01:36:22.600] has reason to believe or fully does believe that the document is fraudulent.
[01:36:22.600 --> 01:36:24.880] But that's not the case in a legal pleading.
[01:36:24.880 --> 01:36:31.880] There's no fraud that can be attested to by a clerk in a legal pleading.
[01:36:31.880 --> 01:36:39.280] So, do you think he's going to hear anything from her or is he just going to deny her or
[01:36:39.280 --> 01:36:41.480] just ignore her?
[01:36:41.480 --> 01:36:46.280] Well, again, he's going to have to make the assertion that he put in his document that
[01:36:46.280 --> 01:36:51.640] he was denied access to his appeal by the clerk and he filed it in the most timely means
[01:36:51.640 --> 01:36:52.640] possible.
[01:36:52.640 --> 01:36:58.440] But the question is, when you say it was past the seven days, was it mailed within the seven
[01:36:58.440 --> 01:37:00.920] or was it signed for after the seven?
[01:37:00.920 --> 01:37:04.760] No, it was mailed after the seven.
[01:37:04.760 --> 01:37:05.760] Okay.
[01:37:05.760 --> 01:37:06.760] That might be a problem.
[01:37:06.760 --> 01:37:12.280] This is one of the reasons you cannot wait till the last minute to do your documents.
[01:37:12.280 --> 01:37:13.280] Okay?
[01:37:13.280 --> 01:37:14.280] Yeah.
[01:37:14.280 --> 01:37:18.320] Well, the reason that happened was we're trying to figure out exactly what the law stated
[01:37:18.320 --> 01:37:22.480] he had to do and it really was not very clear.
[01:37:22.480 --> 01:37:28.920] They said a couple of different things and we had a hard time figuring out what to do,
[01:37:28.920 --> 01:37:32.640] so we finally sent that in for the notice.
[01:37:32.640 --> 01:37:37.760] We were having a hard time figuring out the difference between from what the court was
[01:37:37.760 --> 01:37:48.960] stating, the rules of the court, the difference between did you have to give notice and actually
[01:37:48.960 --> 01:37:51.760] filing the actual appeal.
[01:37:51.760 --> 01:37:56.560] It's kind of wishy-washy about that when you're reading the rules of the court.
[01:37:56.560 --> 01:37:59.160] Yeah, and that's to be expected.
[01:37:59.160 --> 01:38:03.760] But you may have a mandamus issue since the clerk denied you access.
[01:38:03.760 --> 01:38:09.180] You can demand that the trial court extend the period of time because of the deprivation
[01:38:09.180 --> 01:38:15.760] of rights perpetrated by the clerk on behalf of that same court.
[01:38:15.760 --> 01:38:18.880] Okay.
[01:38:18.880 --> 01:38:22.880] One other quick thing, this was something that we didn't really notice until we finally
[01:38:22.880 --> 01:38:28.480] got a copy of the transcripts and started going over stuff.
[01:38:28.480 --> 01:38:36.680] And when he first went in to file because he asked for a jury trial and the judge denied
[01:38:36.680 --> 01:38:41.880] it stating it was a civil issue.
[01:38:41.880 --> 01:38:44.880] Then did he ask for the contract if it was civil?
[01:38:44.880 --> 01:38:52.160] No, he kind of, the judge kind of walked all over him and didn't really give him a chance
[01:38:52.160 --> 01:38:55.520] to speak to you after the judge went through all this stuff.
[01:38:55.520 --> 01:39:02.640] Because at the same time, he put in two pleadings, one demanding a trial by jury and the other
[01:39:02.640 --> 01:39:04.480] one challenging jurisdiction.
[01:39:04.480 --> 01:39:14.280] And the judge came in and the first thing she did was talk about or deny his demand
[01:39:14.280 --> 01:39:17.800] for a jury trial and then went right to the process.
[01:39:17.800 --> 01:39:19.800] How much was the ticket?
[01:39:19.800 --> 01:39:24.840] Well, that was my second question because the clerk said when he first filed that the
[01:39:24.840 --> 01:39:27.160] ticket was for $10.
[01:39:27.160 --> 01:39:34.920] But then after the sham that they put on calling it a trial, he got fined $110, the same ticket
[01:39:34.920 --> 01:39:35.920] they said was $10.
[01:39:35.920 --> 01:39:42.280] Well, no, wait a minute, you have to see whether or not they're putting court cost on that.
[01:39:42.280 --> 01:39:43.560] That's the difference.
[01:39:43.560 --> 01:39:46.320] The fine is separate from the court costs.
[01:39:46.320 --> 01:39:49.280] If they're lumping them together, they may have a problem.
[01:39:49.280 --> 01:39:54.520] Because here in Texas, they can't collect a penny until they send an itemized bill that
[01:39:54.520 --> 01:40:00.320] breaks out every dime and where it goes.
[01:40:00.320 --> 01:40:03.640] So you may want to look and see if that requirement exists up there.
[01:40:03.640 --> 01:40:04.640] Okay.
[01:40:04.640 --> 01:40:09.080] Yeah, because when they got done, they didn't say anything at all about court costs.
[01:40:09.080 --> 01:40:13.880] All they said is you've been found guilty because he didn't have a plate on the car
[01:40:13.880 --> 01:40:18.040] and he had a loud muffler.
[01:40:18.040 --> 01:40:25.000] And so they said $110 for a loud muffler and $110 for no plate.
[01:40:25.000 --> 01:40:26.000] That's it.
[01:40:26.000 --> 01:40:27.000] You're found guilty.
[01:40:27.000 --> 01:40:29.120] Didn't break it down, nothing.
[01:40:29.120 --> 01:40:30.120] Period.
[01:40:30.120 --> 01:40:31.120] Okay.
[01:40:31.120 --> 01:40:33.320] And who does he appeal to?
[01:40:33.320 --> 01:40:38.800] Well, this was in a district court and the appeal goes to the circuit court.
[01:40:38.800 --> 01:40:40.600] Okay.
[01:40:40.600 --> 01:40:45.400] So he needs to file a challenge to this judge in that court along with everything else he
[01:40:45.400 --> 01:40:46.400] does.
[01:40:46.400 --> 01:40:47.400] Right.
[01:40:47.400 --> 01:40:49.720] But see, here's the thing.
[01:40:49.720 --> 01:40:58.280] They cannot deny you a jury trial in any case where the value at issue is more than $20.
[01:40:58.280 --> 01:41:00.920] Okay.
[01:41:00.920 --> 01:41:03.920] That's a federal constitutional requirement.
[01:41:03.920 --> 01:41:11.960] In the original paperwork that they gave him telling him to come to court, it stated in
[01:41:11.960 --> 01:41:20.200] there that his punishment would be a fine and or 90 days in jail.
[01:41:20.200 --> 01:41:21.760] Then it can't be civil.
[01:41:21.760 --> 01:41:24.320] There's absolutely no way it can be civil.
[01:41:24.320 --> 01:41:28.280] They cannot tell you that it's civil and then throw you in jail.
[01:41:28.280 --> 01:41:30.520] That's impossible under the legal system.
[01:41:30.520 --> 01:41:35.200] Well, not impossible, but it's supposedly not allowed.
[01:41:35.200 --> 01:41:36.200] Right.
[01:41:36.200 --> 01:41:40.120] That's what we're looking at.
[01:41:40.120 --> 01:41:45.320] So she denied he's got an appealable issue in the right of denial of due process.
[01:41:45.320 --> 01:41:48.040] She failed to provide a jury trial in a criminal case.
[01:41:48.040 --> 01:41:49.800] She can't do that.
[01:41:49.800 --> 01:41:53.240] He ought to have her removed from the bench for that.
[01:41:53.240 --> 01:42:00.880] Okay.
[01:42:00.880 --> 01:42:09.800] Yeah, we're going to have to...
[01:42:09.800 --> 01:42:14.480] We're trying to do everything we can to get all this, the appeal and all that going.
[01:42:14.480 --> 01:42:21.480] But in the meantime, we've filed judicial misconduct and bar grievances against both
[01:42:21.480 --> 01:42:24.760] the prosecutor and the judge.
[01:42:24.760 --> 01:42:27.440] Yeah, absolutely.
[01:42:27.440 --> 01:42:32.720] What was funny, what was funny too was the original prosecutor, because he had an issue
[01:42:32.720 --> 01:42:40.480] with the first prosecutor where he had the same charges against him and he verbally challenged
[01:42:40.480 --> 01:42:44.440] jurisdiction and they just, they said they dropped it, let it go.
[01:42:44.440 --> 01:42:49.400] Well, then when he got caught again, he got sent to the same prosecutor and she said,
[01:42:49.400 --> 01:42:52.440] well, we let you go once, but we're not going to let you go this time.
[01:42:52.440 --> 01:42:56.920] And so the second time he did it all in writing and in the meantime, he filed two bar grievances
[01:42:56.920 --> 01:43:04.480] against the prosecutor for proceeding without jurisdiction.
[01:43:04.480 --> 01:43:09.320] And when we got into the courthouse there, he saw the original prosecutor there that
[01:43:09.320 --> 01:43:13.000] was named on the ticket that was the one that was supposed to be prosecuting it.
[01:43:13.000 --> 01:43:17.760] But when we got into the courtroom, there was a different prosecutor in there.
[01:43:17.760 --> 01:43:22.840] So obviously she got stung pretty good on the bar grievances and passed it off to one
[01:43:22.840 --> 01:43:28.160] of her compadres without telling her compadre what was going on.
[01:43:28.160 --> 01:43:29.560] Yeah.
[01:43:29.560 --> 01:43:34.160] Well, hopefully he challenged that prosecutor for being there.
[01:43:34.160 --> 01:43:35.960] He wasn't given notice of the change.
[01:43:35.960 --> 01:43:36.960] Okay.
[01:43:36.960 --> 01:43:37.960] Anything else, Terry?
[01:43:37.960 --> 01:43:38.960] Don't, that'll do it.
[01:43:38.960 --> 01:43:39.960] Thanks, Eddie.
[01:43:39.960 --> 01:43:40.960] You're welcome.
[01:43:40.960 --> 01:43:41.960] Thanks for calling in.
[01:43:41.960 --> 01:43:47.600] All right, folks, we have, oh, I don't know about one segment left here and I got a couple
[01:43:47.600 --> 01:43:51.480] of other callers, Steve, Nancy, y'all hang in there and I'll pick y'all up on the other
[01:43:51.480 --> 01:43:54.360] side and hopefully get this all done before we close out.
[01:43:54.360 --> 01:44:00.440] We'll be right back, folks, so y'all hang on.
[01:44:00.440 --> 01:44:03.840] You feel tired when talking about important topics like money and politics?
[01:44:03.840 --> 01:44:04.840] Sorry.
[01:44:04.840 --> 01:44:07.840] Are you confused by words like the Constitution or the Federal Reserve?
[01:44:07.840 --> 01:44:08.840] What?
[01:44:08.840 --> 01:44:12.680] If so, you may be diagnosed with the deadliest disease known today, stupidity.
[01:44:12.680 --> 01:44:17.520] Hi, my name is Steve Holt and like millions of other Americans, I was diagnosed with
[01:44:17.520 --> 01:44:19.320] stupidity at an early age.
[01:44:19.320 --> 01:44:23.320] I had no idea that the number one cause of the disease is found in almost every home
[01:44:23.320 --> 01:44:25.440] in America, the television.
[01:44:25.440 --> 01:44:30.440] Unfortunately, that puts most Americans at risk of catching stupidity, but there is hope.
[01:44:30.440 --> 01:44:34.200] The staff at Brave New Books have helped me and thousands of other foxaholics suffering
[01:44:34.200 --> 01:44:39.120] from sports zombieism recover and because of Brave New Books, I now enjoy reading and
[01:44:39.120 --> 01:44:42.880] watching educational documentaries without feeling tired or uninterested.
[01:44:42.880 --> 01:44:50.800] So if you or anybody you know suffers from stupidity, then you need to call 512-480-2503
[01:44:50.800 --> 01:44:54.880] or visit them in 1904 Guadalupe or bravenewbookstore.com.

[01:44:58.280 --> 01:45:00.160] and an overall increase in mental functioning.

[01:46:11.560 --> 01:46:26.160] Alright folks, we are back.
[01:46:26.160 --> 01:46:30.560] This is Rule of Law Radio and we are going to Steve in Florida.
[01:46:30.560 --> 01:46:32.520] Steve, what can we do for you?
[01:46:32.520 --> 01:46:36.280] Hey Eddie, I got a question for you relating to traffic.
[01:46:36.280 --> 01:46:37.280] Okay.
[01:46:37.280 --> 01:46:42.360] The term here, which to me is an oxymoron and I can't seem to find a definition for
[01:46:42.360 --> 01:46:49.200] it here in Florida statutes, what do you think a non-commercial driver's license would be?
[01:46:49.200 --> 01:46:53.200] What do I think a non-commercial driver's license would be in Florida?
[01:46:53.200 --> 01:46:58.240] Well, it's just an oxymoron technically and I really can't find the definition for it
[01:46:58.240 --> 01:47:00.680] but I found case law talking about it here in Florida.
[01:47:00.680 --> 01:47:02.800] Okay, what's the case law say it is?
[01:47:02.800 --> 01:47:04.800] Well, it didn't really say.
[01:47:04.800 --> 01:47:08.240] It was just speaking about the commercial driver's license as opposed to the non-commercial
[01:47:08.240 --> 01:47:09.240] driver's license.
[01:47:09.240 --> 01:47:10.240] That's all it said.
[01:47:10.240 --> 01:47:11.240] Yeah.
[01:47:11.240 --> 01:47:12.240] Well, see that's the problem.
[01:47:12.240 --> 01:47:14.720] How can the case law create that which the law does not?
[01:47:14.720 --> 01:47:15.720] Yeah.
[01:47:15.720 --> 01:47:16.720] Yeah.
[01:47:16.720 --> 01:47:19.000] That's why I started searching around for the definition in the statutes here.
[01:47:19.000 --> 01:47:22.520] I can't really seem to find anything where it talks about it but I was just curious what
[01:47:22.520 --> 01:47:25.560] you think a non-commercial driver's license would have to be.
[01:47:25.560 --> 01:47:28.280] I think it would be like a unicorn.
[01:47:28.280 --> 01:47:29.280] It don't happen.
[01:47:29.280 --> 01:47:30.280] Oxymoron, yeah.
[01:47:30.280 --> 01:47:32.280] That's kind of how I'm looking at it myself.
[01:47:32.280 --> 01:47:36.160] That's why I thought it was an interesting phrase and figured I'd keep a lookout for
[01:47:36.160 --> 01:47:39.080] it but I thought I'd bring it to your attention that this is a term that's being used and
[01:47:39.080 --> 01:47:41.440] I'd like to figure out what they think it is.
[01:47:41.440 --> 01:47:48.440] Well, it's kind of like that term of or that phrase quasi-criminal jurisdiction when there
[01:47:48.440 --> 01:47:50.240] is no such thing.
[01:47:50.240 --> 01:47:51.240] Yeah, quasi-criminal.
[01:47:51.240 --> 01:47:53.280] That's what they like to call it.
[01:47:53.280 --> 01:47:54.280] Yeah.
[01:47:54.280 --> 01:47:55.280] Yeah.
[01:47:55.280 --> 01:47:57.280] And I can't find a jurisdiction for quasi-anything.
[01:47:57.280 --> 01:48:03.560] Yeah, like I said, non-commercial driver's license is like a non-flying airplane.
[01:48:03.560 --> 01:48:06.920] So I just kind of thought it was interesting, thought I'd see if your educated opinion might
[01:48:06.920 --> 01:48:10.160] add some thoughts on it because I was trying to figure out how to work with that.
[01:48:10.160 --> 01:48:14.560] I've actually heard people try to concoct it but when I demand they produce the statute
[01:48:14.560 --> 01:48:17.360] that creates it, I get blank stares.
[01:48:17.360 --> 01:48:21.520] Well, that explains why I can't seem to find a definition for it anywhere in the state
[01:48:21.520 --> 01:48:22.520] statute.
[01:48:22.520 --> 01:48:23.520] Yeah.
[01:48:23.520 --> 01:48:25.360] But I thought it was interesting there was some case law so I thought I'd throw that
[01:48:25.360 --> 01:48:28.400] out there and see if you had some words on it plus you're begging for call or zero.
[01:48:28.400 --> 01:48:29.400] Yeah.
[01:48:29.400 --> 01:48:31.400] Well, I appreciate the call in nonetheless.
[01:48:31.400 --> 01:48:33.360] Hey, the pleasure was all mine.
[01:48:33.360 --> 01:48:34.360] All right.
[01:48:34.360 --> 01:48:35.360] Well, thanks for calling, Steve.
[01:48:35.360 --> 01:48:36.360] I'll make it short and sweet.
[01:48:36.360 --> 01:48:37.360] Yeah, no problem.
[01:48:37.360 --> 01:48:38.360] I'll talk to you later.
[01:48:38.360 --> 01:48:39.360] All right.
[01:48:39.360 --> 01:48:40.360] Bye-bye.
[01:48:40.360 --> 01:48:41.360] Okay.
[01:48:41.360 --> 01:48:42.360] Now we have Nancy in Texas.
[01:48:42.360 --> 01:48:43.840] Nancy, what can we do for you?
[01:48:43.840 --> 01:48:51.760] I was wondering if you don't, if you're stopped by a cop and you don't show any idea of any
[01:48:51.760 --> 01:48:56.160] kind, he can still find out if you have a commercial license or not because all he's
[01:48:56.160 --> 01:49:01.520] got to do is run your license plate through GPS.
[01:49:01.520 --> 01:49:02.520] Yes, ma'am.
[01:49:02.520 --> 01:49:03.520] That's true.
[01:49:03.520 --> 01:49:09.000] He can find out if the owner of the car which may or may not be who's in it has such a license
[01:49:09.000 --> 01:49:14.440] but the difference here is is that you're not producing it upon the accusation of using
[01:49:14.440 --> 01:49:16.520] it unlawfully.
[01:49:16.520 --> 01:49:21.200] What he finds out, I mean he could find out that you had a dentist visit last week too
[01:49:21.200 --> 01:49:26.520] but that's irrelevant to the case if you don't produce the license agreeing that you were
[01:49:26.520 --> 01:49:28.720] using it.
[01:49:28.720 --> 01:49:29.720] That's the difference.
[01:49:29.720 --> 01:49:33.160] What he finds out versus what you're actually doing.
[01:49:33.160 --> 01:49:39.360] When you hand that license over on your own, you are agreeing that you're using it.
[01:49:39.360 --> 01:49:41.240] That's the implication of that.
[01:49:41.240 --> 01:49:42.240] Okay.
[01:49:42.240 --> 01:49:49.960] If you go to court and he identifies you as the person behind the wheel in court, then
[01:49:49.960 --> 01:49:52.160] what does one do?
[01:49:52.160 --> 01:49:57.400] You object to that because that's a false method of treating you poorly in front of
[01:49:57.400 --> 01:49:58.400] the jury.
[01:49:58.400 --> 01:49:59.400] Imagine this.
[01:49:59.400 --> 01:50:03.960] You are isolated at the front of the courtroom at the table by yourself.
[01:50:03.960 --> 01:50:08.120] The prosecutor says, can you please point out the accused here in the courtroom and
[01:50:08.120 --> 01:50:10.760] describe an article of clothing that they're wearing?
[01:50:10.760 --> 01:50:15.800] Who is the cop going to point to except the lonely individual sitting at that other table?
[01:50:15.800 --> 01:50:18.680] It's a rigged identification process.
[01:50:18.680 --> 01:50:24.360] As are until he saw you sitting there, the cop had no clue who he was going to be testifying
[01:50:24.360 --> 01:50:26.920] against.
[01:50:26.920 --> 01:50:32.480] You need to object to that identification process for the record.
[01:50:32.480 --> 01:50:35.160] Thank you very much.
[01:50:35.160 --> 01:50:37.400] You're very welcome.
[01:50:37.400 --> 01:50:41.480] You gave your email address earlier.
[01:50:41.480 --> 01:50:43.160] I got part of it.
[01:50:43.160 --> 01:50:44.160] Yes ma'am.
[01:50:44.160 --> 01:50:53.560] E-D-D-I-E at RuleOfLawRadio.com Okay.
[01:50:53.560 --> 01:50:58.000] I have something that I would like to talk to Randy Kelton about.
[01:50:58.000 --> 01:51:00.560] It pertains to a judge.
[01:51:00.560 --> 01:51:01.560] Okay.
[01:51:01.560 --> 01:51:07.640] Well, Randy's got the same email address except it's randy at RuleOfLawRadio.com.
[01:51:07.640 --> 01:51:10.160] Radio is what I was missing.
[01:51:10.160 --> 01:51:11.160] Thank you very much.
[01:51:11.160 --> 01:51:12.160] Yes ma'am.
[01:51:12.160 --> 01:51:13.160] All right.
[01:51:13.160 --> 01:51:14.800] All right.
[01:51:14.800 --> 01:51:16.920] Now we have Scott in Arizona.
[01:51:16.920 --> 01:51:19.520] Scott, what can we do for you?
[01:51:19.520 --> 01:51:27.480] Hey Eddie, quick question for you and hopefully you're probably familiar with the gal up in
[01:51:27.480 --> 01:51:31.960] Northern Arizona who managed to retrieve an MSO on her vehicle.
[01:51:31.960 --> 01:51:33.360] Do you know who I'm talking about?
[01:51:33.360 --> 01:51:34.360] Yes, I do.
[01:51:34.360 --> 01:51:35.360] Okay.
[01:51:35.360 --> 01:51:37.640] She and I have had numerous conversations.
[01:51:37.640 --> 01:51:38.640] Thanks to Jeff Golden.
[01:51:38.640 --> 01:51:39.640] Okay.
[01:51:39.640 --> 01:51:40.640] All right.
[01:51:40.640 --> 01:51:47.800] I spoke to her recently and one of the things that she said was that she was needing to
[01:51:47.800 --> 01:51:53.520] obtain the original enactment of the transportation title here.
[01:51:53.520 --> 01:52:01.600] And I just wanted to ask you as to the reason for obtaining that original in her, you know,
[01:52:01.600 --> 01:52:02.600] I don't know.
[01:52:02.600 --> 01:52:07.400] Because the original enactment will state what the legislature intended to regulate.
[01:52:07.400 --> 01:52:10.460] Say that one more time please.
[01:52:10.460 --> 01:52:16.280] Because the original enactment states what the legislature actually intended to regulate.
[01:52:16.280 --> 01:52:17.280] Okay.
[01:52:17.280 --> 01:52:20.120] That's all I want to know because I'm going to go find that.
[01:52:20.120 --> 01:52:21.920] Now here's the thing.
[01:52:21.920 --> 01:52:24.360] The original enactment can be built upon.
[01:52:24.360 --> 01:52:28.960] For instance, the first enactment dealing with registration of motor vehicles here in
[01:52:28.960 --> 01:52:31.060] Texas was 1915.
[01:52:31.060 --> 01:52:34.680] The first licensing enactment was 1917.
[01:52:34.680 --> 01:52:36.000] Okay.
[01:52:36.000 --> 01:52:45.480] The last change to actual law relating to any of that was 1925.
[01:52:45.480 --> 01:52:52.520] Everything else has been statutory revisions that are based upon that law.
[01:52:52.520 --> 01:52:55.520] Statute and law are not the same thing.
[01:52:55.520 --> 01:52:57.360] So don't confuse the two.
[01:52:57.360 --> 01:52:58.360] All right.
[01:52:58.360 --> 01:52:59.360] Okay.
[01:52:59.360 --> 01:53:00.360] Good to know.
[01:53:00.360 --> 01:53:02.360] That's what I want to know.
[01:53:02.360 --> 01:53:03.360] Okay.
[01:53:03.360 --> 01:53:04.360] I appreciate it.
[01:53:04.360 --> 01:53:05.360] Thank you.
[01:53:05.360 --> 01:53:06.360] Thanks for calling in.
[01:53:06.360 --> 01:53:07.360] All right.
[01:53:07.360 --> 01:53:13.800] Now we have, let's see, 3637, area code 713.
[01:53:13.800 --> 01:53:14.800] Hello.
[01:53:14.800 --> 01:53:19.000] Who is this and where are you located?
[01:53:19.000 --> 01:53:21.040] Hello?
[01:53:21.040 --> 01:53:23.800] Well, all right.
[01:53:23.800 --> 01:53:25.040] That don't help none.
[01:53:25.040 --> 01:53:26.040] Okay.
[01:53:26.040 --> 01:53:27.680] That leaves me with Tony in Illinois.
[01:53:27.680 --> 01:53:29.320] Tony, what can we do for you?
[01:53:29.320 --> 01:53:30.320] Hey, how's it going?
[01:53:30.320 --> 01:53:31.320] I just have a few comments.
[01:53:31.320 --> 01:53:32.320] Okay.
[01:53:32.320 --> 01:53:37.440] I don't know if that was the Steve in Florida that did the interviews with Bowen Rocco on
[01:53:37.440 --> 01:53:42.440] how to remove your property from the tax roll, but you might want to hook up with him, maybe
[01:53:42.440 --> 01:53:47.360] communicate back and forth and maybe he may be a good guest to speak about that sometime
[01:53:47.360 --> 01:53:50.600] or maybe he can send you the documents.
[01:53:50.600 --> 01:53:53.680] But they're both on YouTube and they're very interesting.
[01:53:53.680 --> 01:53:55.160] The documents dealing with what?
[01:53:55.160 --> 01:53:56.160] Over there.
[01:53:56.160 --> 01:53:57.160] Pardon?
[01:53:57.160 --> 01:54:01.080] The documents, the interviews and documents dealing with what?
[01:54:01.080 --> 01:54:04.000] Removing your property from the tax roll in Florida.
[01:54:04.000 --> 01:54:08.600] It sounded like him, but I could be wrong.
[01:54:08.600 --> 01:54:17.840] Rob in Illinois, you have to be careful about some of the sites you put out there for people
[01:54:17.840 --> 01:54:23.320] who aren't going to be ready for some of the content in them.
[01:54:23.320 --> 01:54:33.280] The site that he gave was one that's not really PC and it's not the kind of site you'd want
[01:54:33.280 --> 01:54:39.280] to look up on at work or something like that.
[01:54:39.280 --> 01:54:40.280] You mean the website?
[01:54:40.280 --> 01:54:41.280] The stuff at the ADL.
[01:54:41.280 --> 01:54:45.000] I wouldn't want you to know if you catch my direct Eddie.
[01:54:45.000 --> 01:54:47.680] Yeah, I get it.
[01:54:47.680 --> 01:54:58.240] And then going back to earlier in the show, if you guys want to try, you've got to be
[01:54:58.240 --> 01:54:59.240] ready for it.
[01:54:59.240 --> 01:55:03.520] I mean, you can't just do it by listening to the show, you can't just do it by knowing
[01:55:03.520 --> 01:55:04.520] the script.
[01:55:04.520 --> 01:55:11.400] You have to know, you have to read, you have to study and it has to be something that you're
[01:55:11.400 --> 01:55:16.000] willing to put a time in when it comes time because sometimes it's just not worth it
[01:55:16.000 --> 01:55:22.120] time wise, if you can just get away like here in Illinois, you can get away with just sometimes
[01:55:22.120 --> 01:55:26.440] with just doing court supervision for 150 bucks and that might be the best thing for
[01:55:26.440 --> 01:55:27.440] you.
[01:55:27.440 --> 01:55:29.920] It might not be the best thing for you to not have a license.
[01:55:29.920 --> 01:55:33.920] I mean, there's a lot of things you have to take into consideration and you can't just
[01:55:33.920 --> 01:55:37.400] jump head first into it.
[01:55:37.400 --> 01:55:38.880] Correct.
[01:55:38.880 --> 01:55:44.800] And you know, no disrespect to the guy, but the guy in Oregon was nowhere close to being
[01:55:44.800 --> 01:55:45.800] ready.
[01:55:45.800 --> 01:55:48.280] Even though we listen to the show, listen to this.
[01:55:48.280 --> 01:55:49.280] Yeah.
[01:55:49.280 --> 01:55:52.840] And that's one of the biggest problems I find with folks when they put themselves out there
[01:55:52.840 --> 01:55:56.640] in this situation and they're not prepared and then they want to know, well, why didn't
[01:55:56.640 --> 01:55:57.640] this work?
[01:55:57.640 --> 01:56:00.720] Well, look, my video never says go hop in this tomorrow.
[01:56:00.720 --> 01:56:04.840] There's nothing else you need to know except what I just said and go for it.
[01:56:04.840 --> 01:56:10.240] In fact, I'm pretty sure I said exactly the opposite of that, but people tend to listen
[01:56:10.240 --> 01:56:14.920] and hear only the parts that they want to hear and that's unfortunate because that's
[01:56:14.920 --> 01:56:15.920] what gets them in trouble.
[01:56:15.920 --> 01:56:16.920] Right.
[01:56:16.920 --> 01:56:20.200] If you don't even know how to write a motion, then you don't have a chance.
[01:56:20.200 --> 01:56:21.200] Exactly.
[01:56:21.200 --> 01:56:24.800] If you haven't done research on how to handle the court process and what a legal pleading
[01:56:24.800 --> 01:56:29.520] even is, this should not be something you're trying to do because you couldn't do it without
[01:56:29.520 --> 01:56:33.920] a lawyer if you tried and no lawyer is going to support this argument because that takes
[01:56:33.920 --> 01:56:35.480] money out of his pocket.
[01:56:35.480 --> 01:56:41.320] No, I actually did when mine last year, I got mine dismissed because of the top ten
[01:56:41.320 --> 01:56:42.320] show.
[01:56:42.320 --> 01:56:48.240] I actually had a friend of mine that I helped him get some class A and B misdemeanor charges
[01:56:48.240 --> 01:56:49.240] dismissed.
[01:56:49.240 --> 01:56:54.480] Failure to identify, resisting arrest, I think he had several things that they were trying
[01:56:54.480 --> 01:56:59.880] to charge him with and we managed to get every last charge dropped.
[01:56:59.880 --> 01:57:04.120] So we got a full and complete dismissal for him on all of them, which was good.
[01:57:04.120 --> 01:57:09.520] And he did exactly what the script told him to do and he's done his best to learn how
[01:57:09.520 --> 01:57:10.520] to fight this.
[01:57:10.520 --> 01:57:16.440] Yeah, I wasn't even carrying my license and then I said I wasn't in transportation.
[01:57:16.440 --> 01:57:22.240] But one of the little tricks I did was I sent a letter to the mayor threatening to sue and
[01:57:22.240 --> 01:57:27.760] letting him know that because the cop kind of got animated because I didn't roll my window
[01:57:27.760 --> 01:57:29.280] all the way down when he told me to.
[01:57:29.280 --> 01:57:35.480] So I sent a letter right away letting him know that I was going to sue them and that
[01:57:35.480 --> 01:57:40.200] might have played a part and I also did it to the police chief as well saying that they
[01:57:40.200 --> 01:57:42.800] shouldn't have let their cop run around.
[01:57:42.800 --> 01:57:51.440] And I suggested that you immediately get a drug test, get retraining and get a psychological
[01:57:51.440 --> 01:57:52.440] evaluation.
[01:57:52.440 --> 01:57:53.440] Absolutely.
[01:57:53.440 --> 01:57:56.800] This guy needs a psych eval and a steroid test.
[01:57:56.800 --> 01:57:59.840] Yeah, so that may have played a part in not appearing.
[01:57:59.840 --> 01:58:00.840] Yeah, maybe.
[01:58:00.840 --> 01:58:03.840] But I did file a motion as well.
[01:58:03.840 --> 01:58:04.840] All right.
[01:58:04.840 --> 01:58:09.200] Well, glad to hear it and I appreciate the heads up on the other stuff as well.
[01:58:09.200 --> 01:58:10.200] All right, Tony.
[01:58:10.200 --> 01:58:11.200] Thanks for calling in.
