[00:00.000 --> 00:09.680] You are listening to the Liberty Beats, your daily source for Liberty News and activist
[00:09.680 --> 00:15.360]  updates online at TheLibertyBeat.com.
[00:15.360 --> 00:19.960] John Bush here with your Liberty Beats for March 14, 2013.
[00:19.960 --> 00:27.760] Gold opened today at $1591, silver at $29.02 and Bitcoin is trading at $47.75.
[00:27.760 --> 00:33.880] Today's edition of the Liberty Beats is sponsored in part by Brave New Books, your central Texas
[00:33.880 --> 00:39.960] supplier of One World Way and Tangy Tangerine, online at bravenewbookstore.com.
[00:39.960 --> 00:42.800]  And now the news.
[00:42.800 --> 00:46.920] Police accountability activist and founder of the Peaceful Streets Project, Antonio
[00:46.920 --> 00:51.480] Bieler, was arrested yet again yesterday as he attended the court hearing of a friend
[00:51.480 --> 00:53.520]  in Gonzales County, Texas.
[00:53.520 --> 00:57.920] Witnesses report that about 10 supporters had their phones confiscated by the judge
[00:57.920 --> 01:01.000] and were then kicked out of the hearing before it even began.
[01:01.000 --> 01:07.080] As Antonio was being escorted out by Captain Gale Autry, video shows Antonio telling Captain
[01:07.080 --> 01:10.400] Autry to go eff himself as he was walking away.
[01:10.400 --> 01:14.040] Autry then asks Antonio to repeat what he said, which he does.
[01:14.040 --> 01:18.520] Then Autry tells Antonio, I'm going to get you and proceeds to arrest him.
[01:18.520 --> 01:23.240] Antonio has been charged with disorderly conduct and is expected to be released this morning.
[01:23.240 --> 01:27.480] Officers of Antonio are encouraged to call Gonzales Police Department and tell them to
[01:27.480 --> 01:31.240] free Antonio Bieler and drop the charges against him.
[01:31.240 --> 01:42.360]  The number to Gonzales Police Department is 830-672-8686, again that's 830-672-8686.
[01:42.360 --> 01:49.960] The Liberty Beat will keep you up to date as the story unfolds.
[01:49.960 --> 01:54.280] In related news, flipping the bird at a police officer or telling a cop to stick it where
[01:54.280 --> 01:58.200] the sun don't shine may not be the smartest thing to do, but it's legal according to two
[01:58.200 --> 02:00.760]  recent Colorado court rulings.
[02:00.760 --> 02:07.240] Last week, Bob McIntosh got a $20,000 settlement from a Boulder County over his arrest on October
[02:07.240 --> 02:08.240]  1.
[02:08.240 --> 02:12.920] McIntosh was pulled over, going 41 miles per hour in a 20-mile per hour school zone and
[02:12.920 --> 02:16.920] used for a penalty at Deputy Sheriff Tim Lynch because he got a ticket.
[02:16.920 --> 02:20.920] This report shows McIntosh repeatedly swore at the deputy and called him a bolder name
[02:20.920 --> 02:24.360] and the deputy told him if he didn't control his language he would be arrested.
[02:24.360 --> 02:27.840] McIntosh was arrested and charged with disobeying a police officer.
[02:27.840 --> 02:29.240]  Charge was later dropped.
[02:29.240 --> 02:33.880] Boulder County decided to pay up when McIntosh indicated he would sue because the U.S. Supreme
[02:33.880 --> 02:38.440] Court recognizes that verbal criticism of a police officer is protected speech under
[02:38.440 --> 02:43.480] McIntosh's arrest on that charge was a violation of the First Amendment.
[02:43.480 --> 02:47.960] Just a month ago, prosecutors dismissed a case against Shane Bohr, a man who flipped off
[02:47.960 --> 02:53.160] a state trooper on C-470 near West Bowles Avenue in Jefferson County because his actions
[02:53.160 --> 03:16.360] are protected under the Constitution.
[03:16.360 --> 03:34.120] McIntosh was arrested and charged with disobeying a police officer on C-470 near West Bowles
[03:34.120 --> 03:46.280] Avenue in Jefferson County because he was charged with disobeying a police officer on
[03:46.280 --> 03:53.400] C-470 near West Bowles Avenue in Jefferson County because he was arrested and charged
[03:53.400 --> 04:05.640] with disobeying a police officer on C-470 near West Bowles Avenue in Jefferson County
[04:05.640 --> 04:10.840] because he was charged with disobeying a police officer on C-470 near West Bowles Avenue in
[04:10.840 --> 04:18.280] Jefferson County because he was charged with disobeying a police officer on C-470 near
[04:18.280 --> 04:27.160] West Bowles Avenue in Jefferson County because he was arrested and charged with disobeying
[04:27.160 --> 04:35.160] a police officer on C-470 near West Bowles Avenue in Jefferson County because he was
[05:05.160 --> 05:14.520] This is Randy Kelkin, rule of law radio with Debra Stevens on this Thursday the 14th of March
[05:15.640 --> 05:21.160] and it's actually warming up here a little bit in Texas. It appears that spring is
[05:21.160 --> 05:30.200] strongly springing or glad to see spring is here. We don't have a guest tonight and
[05:30.200 --> 05:35.480] Debra, do you have anything you wanted to address? We were a little short coming in.
[05:35.480 --> 05:41.080] No, no, no. I'm just here waiting to hear what you've got for us tonight, Randy.
[05:41.080 --> 05:48.840] Okay. I have been, I didn't want to tell everybody again, our grievance is up and working.
[05:50.280 --> 05:59.880] We are working on the criminal evaluation and I have about half of it working where you'll be able
[05:59.880 --> 06:08.920] to go online, fill out a questionnaire and it will give you a complete evaluation of a criminal
[06:08.920 --> 06:15.880] issue. This is one of the tools we're going to help use to help eliminate the profession of
[06:15.880 --> 06:24.360] lawyer. We'll be bringing up a number of these for a number of different issues. The criminal
[06:24.360 --> 06:34.040] complaint is the first and we will bring one up for family law, for divorce, for most of the common
[06:34.040 --> 06:43.800] things that people run into. We've worked up a way of doing this where we use a questionnaire
[06:45.160 --> 06:50.840] to help people address the issues that matter to their particular case.
[06:50.840 --> 07:00.600] One of the problems with people who are, say, not legal professionals trying to represent a case
[07:02.760 --> 07:12.440] themselves is we never know when we've found everything that we need to. Every time we
[07:12.440 --> 07:15.880] research something, we wind up sitting there wondering what we've missed
[07:15.880 --> 07:23.160] and we feel certain that when we walk in court, the lawyer on the other side is going to
[07:23.160 --> 07:28.680] jump on us with something that we've totally missed. We're trying to put these
[07:29.480 --> 07:39.720] sets of questions together that essentially address every issue, if they won't address every
[07:39.720 --> 07:47.880] issue initially. But once we put it together, if someone goes through the questionnaire and finds
[07:47.880 --> 07:58.680] something that we've missed, then we'll have a procedure to add information to the questionnaire.
[08:00.280 --> 08:04.760] And, you know, when I first started this several years ago, those who've been listening a long
[08:04.760 --> 08:11.400] time or aware, and if you've listened for four or five years, you've heard the evolution of this
[08:11.400 --> 08:19.800] thing. And we talked about early on about how people would call in with these really great ideas
[08:20.920 --> 08:27.080] and issues and ways of handling things. And then somebody next week would call in with another
[08:27.080 --> 08:32.920] one and then the next week another one. And then I forget the ones that we had a while back.
[08:32.920 --> 08:39.800] And that got really frustrating. I had someone call in about an issue that I had forgotten about,
[08:39.800 --> 08:44.680] and when I looked it up, I was just astounded. I couldn't imagine how I could have forgotten something
[08:44.680 --> 08:53.640] so valuable. So that kind of set me on the road to searching out a remedy. It's been a long time,
[08:53.640 --> 09:01.000] but that remedy is beginning to come together and it's beginning to be clear how to craft the
[09:01.000 --> 09:14.600] remedy, as it's taken a long time to sort that out, to sort out a way that a non-legal professional
[09:15.400 --> 09:22.280] can find all of the issues relating to his case. And to do that with a well-constructed
[09:22.280 --> 09:31.880] questionnaire, the one I have already essentially completed for due process, that's half of the
[09:31.880 --> 09:45.720] criminal evaluation. The questionnaire itself is absolutely huge. However, any one person using
[09:45.720 --> 09:53.720] it will only follow one thread, so they won't have any idea how big it actually is. And because
[09:53.720 --> 10:02.840] of that, it doesn't matter how big it is, we can craft this thing to absolutely address every
[10:02.840 --> 10:12.040] possible issue that comes along. And the good thing about a computer is it never ever forgets
[10:12.040 --> 10:23.160] to ask the question. And we will be crafting this thing so that... Let me use the example of the
[10:23.160 --> 10:29.320] Frank's hearing. That's the one that annoyed me that I had forgotten it. Frank's hearing is hearing
[10:29.320 --> 10:34.760] for the purpose of determining the veracity of a police officer who testified before a magistrate
[10:34.760 --> 10:42.520] to secure a warrant. So we look at the questionnaire, when this issue comes up and we say, okay,
[10:42.520 --> 10:50.520] start out with where you're arrested. If you say yes, then were you arrested on an existing warrant?
[10:52.200 --> 11:00.040] Then if you say yes, then we ask, do you have reason to believe that the officer who testified
[11:00.040 --> 11:07.560] to secure the warrant misrepresented the truth to the magistrate? If you say yes to that one,
[11:08.360 --> 11:16.120] the system will send up a red flag. It will veer off the questionnaire and ask the questions we need
[11:16.120 --> 11:21.160] to develop a Frank's hearing, a motion for Frank's hearing. Then it'll come back to where it was and
[11:21.160 --> 11:31.640] keep going. It will never forget to ask that question. And there are a lot of minor things in here
[11:33.400 --> 11:43.320] that most lawyers never know to ask. I use this when I'm talking to lawyers about this because
[11:43.320 --> 11:53.240] we want to make this available to lawyers because to remember me talking about how I wanted to
[11:53.240 --> 12:01.400] develop something that we could use to eliminate the profession of lawyer and get lawyers to pay us
[12:01.400 --> 12:09.560] to do it, well, this is the tool. And I know I'm talking about it on the air and making it public
[12:09.560 --> 12:13.960] so all the lawyers can hear what I'm setting up for them. That's okay. It doesn't matter.
[12:15.800 --> 12:22.600] Because if we do this right, the lawyer will have little reasonable choice, especially if he's a
[12:22.600 --> 12:30.040] new lawyer, just getting started out. Guys go to law school and girls go to law school and
[12:30.680 --> 12:36.760] they learn all kinds of really cool stuff about law. What they don't learn in law school is how
[12:36.760 --> 12:45.640] to practice law. They get out of law school and most of them have a rather large student loan
[12:45.640 --> 12:52.600] to pay off. I was listening to a public radio show up here in Dallas area and they were talking
[12:52.600 --> 13:00.680] about this issue and a woman, the guest, said that she graduated from law school and had a
[13:00.680 --> 13:08.920] hundred and seventy thousand dollar student loan to pay off. Student loans are tough. Can't
[13:08.920 --> 13:14.680] bankrupt out of them. You just can't get away from those things. So they start out and if they
[13:14.680 --> 13:23.080] don't get picked up by a law firm, then they have to struggle to get started because a lawyer can't
[13:23.080 --> 13:32.520] go and advertise his profession. Any licensed professional is forbidden to directly solicit
[13:32.520 --> 13:38.680] his business. They don't enforce this for the most part for electricians and plumbers,
[13:40.200 --> 13:44.440] but they do for private investigators, doctors, lawyers.
[13:44.440 --> 13:56.200] The lawyer can't go out in England. About 20 years ago, the legislature authorized lawyers to do just
[13:56.200 --> 14:04.200] blanket advertising. Before that, they couldn't do that. So they allowed them to start advertising,
[14:04.200 --> 14:10.520] but even that's expensive and it's not very productive. There's so many lawyers who graduate
[14:10.520 --> 14:17.320] about 40,000 a year in this country. We have more lawyers per capita than any other country in the
[14:17.320 --> 14:22.440] world. We have way too many lawyers who are graduating way too many, so they have to struggle.
[14:24.680 --> 14:31.560] And they get out, they don't know how to practice law. They really need somebody to show them. They
[14:31.560 --> 14:35.560] didn't know teaching in law school how to file a motion, how to get a motion set for hearing.
[14:35.560 --> 14:44.920] Now these things of normal practice. So the new lawyer has to struggle if he doesn't get picked
[14:44.920 --> 14:51.240] up or locate a mentor somewhere that will help him get started. So what they tend to do,
[14:53.000 --> 14:55.800] go down to the court and get put on the attorney wheel.
[14:57.800 --> 15:04.440] And the judges and prosecutors teach them how to practice law. That doesn't sound like a nice
[15:04.440 --> 15:13.720] arrangement. We had the prosecutor teaching the new attorney and the judge how to handle criminal
[15:13.720 --> 15:19.880] issues. Havs talking to someone the other day and he said he was had a criminal issue in a
[15:19.880 --> 15:26.440] court appointed counsel. And he kept trying to push the lawyer to address issues. The lawyer
[15:26.440 --> 15:31.800] finally got frustrated and told him to look. I'm not here for that. The only thing I'm here for
[15:31.800 --> 15:41.560] is to ensure that this case doesn't go to appeal. That's what court appointed counsel is for. Good
[15:42.120 --> 15:52.920] luck. So what we're looking to do is change the legal landscape. If we put in the hand of the
[15:52.920 --> 16:01.000] procé or even the person represented by counsel, a tool whereby he can go on the Internet, fill
[16:01.000 --> 16:08.200] out a questionnaire and it will not only give him an evaluation of his case, but it will tell him
[16:08.200 --> 16:16.840] what motions and pleadings the lawyer should be filing in his behalf and how he can kick his
[16:16.840 --> 16:25.080] behind if he doesn't. When we put new lawyers in a position to where they have to do their jobs,
[16:25.080 --> 16:33.240] then they can go to the court with plausible deniability and we can actually begin to get a
[16:33.240 --> 16:42.040] little real justice. This is Randy Kelton, Debbie Stevens, Rue de la Radio. Our calling lines are

[19:29.800 --> 19:54.600] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Debra Stephens,
[19:54.600 --> 20:05.960] and I'm talking about the electronic lawyer designed and intended to eliminate the professional
[20:05.960 --> 20:12.680] lawyer and get lawyers to pay us to do it. Now, we won't eliminate the professional lawyer.
[20:12.680 --> 20:19.320] We're at his naive, but we will eliminate a whole lot of them and the ones that are left
[20:19.320 --> 20:28.680] will actually get the opportunity to practice their profession. They'll actually be in a
[20:28.680 --> 20:39.160] position to where they can go in and do their jobs. When I was prosecuted in Austin and pressured
[20:39.160 --> 20:46.440] my court-appointed attorney and threatened him with a bar grievance on the first time he didn't
[20:46.440 --> 20:55.080] adequately adjudicate one of my rights, it's terrified. In the courtroom, when I raised a
[20:55.080 --> 21:02.760] commotion and a prosecutor told him to tell me that she knew who I was and if I started filing
[21:02.760 --> 21:09.640] criminal charges, that she was going to charge me with tampering with government documents. I
[21:09.640 --> 21:14.920] tried to force my attorney to take 30 criminal complaints. I called the prosecutor over,
[21:14.920 --> 21:20.840] get over here, verify these complaints. She refused to do it, but then he refused to take
[21:20.840 --> 21:26.360] the complaints from me and we did all this in front of the judge. We went out to launch and
[21:26.360 --> 21:37.000] the judge dismissed the case to keep me from causing the new attorney to lose his malpractice
[21:37.000 --> 21:43.720] insurance. It's a good buddy network and they all look out for each other.
[21:43.720 --> 21:51.560] And the judge had to protect the poor attorney from the dirty rotten rascal procé. Well,
[21:52.760 --> 21:58.360] we want the judge had to protect a lot of attorneys from the dirty rotten rascal procé
[21:59.320 --> 22:05.880] because we intend to put in their hands the tools they need to address these issues with them.
[22:05.880 --> 22:13.400] And while I'm sitting here saying this, I have been delaying in order to finish the
[22:15.640 --> 22:20.040] questionnaire. The questionnaire gets real complex when I have to address
[22:21.080 --> 22:28.040] each criminal accusation and the cause, the elements of each criminal accusation.
[22:28.040 --> 22:37.560] But I think I will just go ahead and put up the due process evaluation. That one is sufficient.
[22:39.000 --> 22:48.920] Due process will give you 10 or 15 pleadings and motions you can file in every single criminal case.
[22:50.520 --> 22:53.640] And I'll go ahead and start setting that up as a test bed.
[22:53.640 --> 23:02.360] We have bargreens.net up and working right. I have the questionnaire pretty well completed for due
[23:02.360 --> 23:10.040] process. Now all I need to do is go in and add in the creation of documentation and we'll put that
[23:10.040 --> 23:16.120] up and make it available. It goes to due process and due process is the same for everybody who's
[23:16.120 --> 23:25.320] arrested. But because they do everything wrong, every step from arrest to trial,
[23:26.360 --> 23:32.440]  generally on a normal arrest, I can get you between 19 and 21
[23:34.760 --> 23:40.760] misdemeanor and felony accusations against everybody from the police officer to the
[23:40.760 --> 23:52.600] bailiffs, the guards at the jail and the JP. Whoever does the hearing at the jail,
[23:52.600 --> 23:57.720] they call it a registration, but we don't call it that. It's supposed to be an
[23:57.720 --> 24:03.320] examining trial and then the questionnaire, the output we produce will demonstrate that.
[24:05.160 --> 24:10.200] So I'm hoping that by next week we'll have some semblance of that up and working and then you
[24:10.200 --> 24:18.840] can go in, look at it, run a test through it, and I would like to get feedback on it.
[24:21.480 --> 24:29.400] Where the questionnaire is not clear, where it's, you know, I ask a question, you don't know what
[24:29.400 --> 24:37.480] I'm talking about or I know this material forward and backwards. And so sometimes it's
[24:37.480 --> 24:41.400] difficult for me to know when someone will have a question and I try to
[24:42.840 --> 24:49.240] ask my questions in a way that I'll avoid confusing people. So when I give it up,
[24:50.120 --> 24:54.360] I'll look forward to everybody working it over and telling me what I'm missing.
[24:55.480 --> 25:05.320] But this will get us a good start. If we can take the lawyer and put the lawyer in a position to
[25:05.320 --> 25:10.920] where instead of going to the judge and saying, oh, please judge, don't sanction me and
[25:11.720 --> 25:16.440] don't pull my bar card and don't take me off the attorney wheel because if you do,
[25:16.440 --> 25:23.320] I can't make any money and pay my office rent. Now you can go to the judge and say,
[25:23.320 --> 25:30.040] judge, I'm sorry, I have to do my job with this dirty rotten client of mine is going to kick my
[25:30.040 --> 25:39.240] behind. One of the new tricks we pulled on that I pulled on this lawyer was first thing I told
[25:39.240 --> 25:43.800] him, he told me how things were going to work. And I told him, no, that's not how it's me. So
[25:43.800 --> 25:47.880] this is how things are going to go. And I said, he went to his little spiel and I said, no,
[25:47.880 --> 25:52.040] that's not how things are going to go. And he said, oh, they're not, well, then how are
[25:52.040 --> 25:56.760] things going to go? I said, you're going to petition the court to be removed from this case.
[25:56.760 --> 26:04.200] And I'm going to object until that the court, don't you dare remove him from this case. He's my
[26:04.200 --> 26:08.680] counsel of choice. And the judge is going to remove you from the case. And he said, well,
[26:08.680 --> 26:15.080] if I petitioned for it, he would. Yeah, I know he will. Then I get to sue the judge for interfering
[26:15.080 --> 26:20.360] with a private contract. He said, well, Mr. Kelton, I'm not under contract with you. I'm
[26:20.360 --> 26:25.320] under contract with the state. Yes, you are. But I am in the intended third party beneficiary.
[26:25.320 --> 26:32.120] So I have standing before the contract. And he looked at me like I had just run over him with
[26:32.120 --> 26:39.720] a truck. And he had this look on his face. It said, this guy is going to get me disbarred.
[26:41.000 --> 26:48.040] And I bet he said that to me 50 times if he said it once. Oh, Mr. Kelton, you're going to get me
[26:48.040 --> 26:53.800] disbarred. And I wanted to tell him that's not what you got to worry about. You got to worry about
[26:53.800 --> 27:01.560] your malpractice insurance and the law firm, you're working with firing you. But he he fully
[27:01.560 --> 27:11.400] understood the difficulty he was in. And no longer could he manage my case in a way that
[27:11.400 --> 27:19.960] intended to ensure that I could not appeal. Now he's fighting for his ability to work and pay back
[27:19.960 --> 27:29.480] his student loan. Now he had a problem. And the judge very clearly dismissed that case
[27:30.680 --> 27:40.920] to protect my lawyer from me. We want a lot more of those. When the judge looks out
[27:40.920 --> 27:48.840] into the gallery, I want the judge to fully understand who the most dangerous person in the
[27:48.840 --> 27:55.000] room is. And the most dangerous person in the room is the person sitting in the gallery.
[27:56.280 --> 28:04.040] The second most dangerous person in the room is the defendant. And the judge needs to understand
[28:04.040 --> 28:16.280] that because this tool we're setting up will be designed not only to determine what the
[28:19.400 --> 28:26.600] legal issues are, what the due process issues are. But it'll also show you, we'll soon have the
[28:26.600 --> 28:32.920] judicial conduct side up. It will tell you when you need to file a judicial conduct complaint,
[28:32.920 --> 28:39.000] when you need to file a bar grievance. And you'll have a tool where you can go on and ask,
[28:39.560 --> 28:46.040] it'll have its own questionnaire that will craft the bar grievance or judicial conduct complaint.
[28:46.040 --> 28:51.720] And the third thing we will implement is criminal accusations against these guys.
[28:52.280 --> 28:56.520] And we'll set up a whole routine for how to process those.
[28:56.520 --> 29:05.800] When they start getting these by the handful, then this will become a very serious problem
[29:05.800 --> 29:12.360] that they will have to begin to deal with. And we will get them changing their policies simply
[29:12.360 --> 29:21.560] because they have no option. And I suspect in the end, the lawyers will like this far better
[29:21.560 --> 29:27.640] because I doubt that one lawyer, even one, went to college so that he'd spend the rest of his
[29:27.640 --> 29:34.840] professional career kissing some arrogant, smart mountain judges behind. They'll actually get to
[29:34.840 --> 29:42.840] do this job. This is Randy Kelton, Denver Stevens, Eddie Craig. We live on radio. I call it number
[29:42.840 --> 29:49.960] 512-646-1984. Kim, I see you there. We'll pick you up when we come back on the other side.
[29:49.960 --> 29:51.960]  We'll be right back.
[30:20.920 --> 30:25.720] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[30:26.360 --> 30:32.520] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy,
[30:32.520 --> 30:38.440] it's worth hanging onto. This message is brought to you by startpage.com, the private search engine
[30:38.440 --> 30:43.160] alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with Start Page.
[30:43.160 --> 30:51.000] Imagine this. Doctors insert chemicals into your brain that completely erase your memory.
[30:51.000 --> 30:55.240] Light clean, your mind becomes a blank slate ready to accept brand new memories,
[30:55.240 --> 31:00.840] perhaps even a new personality. It sounds like a scene from Blade Runner, the sci-fi classic about
[31:00.840 --> 31:06.440] robots with artificial memories. The new research suggests human memories can be overwritten,
[31:06.440 --> 31:11.720] like digital files on a laptop. That's because scientists have found a molecule called Zip
[31:11.720 --> 31:16.680] that shuts down another one called PKM Zeta, and that's what preserves your memories.
[31:16.680 --> 31:21.880] Take it away and your old identity could be, whatchamacallit? Oh yeah, reformat it.
[31:22.520 --> 31:27.160] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[31:31.320 --> 31:36.760] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11.
[31:36.760 --> 31:41.640] The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers have
[31:41.640 --> 31:46.120] concluded it was a controlled demolition. Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given
[31:46.120 --> 31:51.000] their lives. Thousands of my fellow force responders are dying. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a
[31:51.000 --> 31:55.080] structural engineer. I'm a New York City correction officer. I'm an Air Force pilot. I'm a father who
[31:55.080 --> 32:01.160] lost his son. We're Americans, and we deserve the truth. Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[32:01.160 --> 32:07.720] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy,
[32:07.720 --> 32:10.760] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[32:10.760 --> 32:13.640] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[32:13.640 --> 32:15.000]  Brave New Books?
[32:15.000 --> 32:20.040] Yes, Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones,
[32:20.040 --> 32:25.320] Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin. They even stock inner food, Burkey products, and Calvin Soaps.
[32:25.960 --> 32:28.280]  There's no way a place like that exists.
[32:28.280 --> 32:33.640] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown in 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south in UT.
[32:33.640 --> 32:37.480] Oh, by UT, there's never anywhere to park down there.
[32:37.480 --> 32:43.480] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility
[32:43.480 --> 32:44.680]  just behind the bookstore.
[32:45.720 --> 32:48.680] It does exist, but when are they open?
[32:48.680 --> 32:53.400]  Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
[32:53.400 --> 33:00.280] So give them a call at 512-480-2503, or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com.
[33:00.280 --> 33:22.280]  Live, free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com.
[33:30.600 --> 33:44.040] Okay, we are back. Randy Calhoun, David Stevens, a real-life radio.
[33:45.160 --> 33:49.080] And we're going to go to calls. We're going to Kim in North Carolina.
[33:49.640 --> 33:51.240] Hello, Kim. What do you have for us?
[33:54.680 --> 33:55.080]  Hello?
[33:55.880 --> 33:56.280]  Hello.
[33:57.480 --> 33:57.480]  Hello.
[33:57.480 --> 33:58.520] You are on the air.
[33:58.520 --> 34:00.520] This is Kim calling for...
[34:00.520 --> 34:05.320] Hey, Kim, excuse me. I'm sorry. You're not the person I talked to when I screen calls,
[34:05.320 --> 34:09.400] but I did tell the person when I screened to not use a speaker phone.
[34:09.400 --> 34:12.600] It sounds like you're on a speaker phone, and it's real echoing, and we can't understand what
[34:12.600 --> 34:15.480] you're saying. Can you please use the regular handsets?
[34:16.520 --> 34:17.640]  All right. Thank you.
[34:17.640 --> 34:18.840]  Okay, yes. Thank you.
[34:19.720 --> 34:23.160] Sorry, listeners. All right. This is Kimberly from North Carolina.
[34:23.880 --> 34:27.240] I have been foreclosed upon, like many of you others.
[34:27.240 --> 34:34.440] What I have been doing to myself and driving myself crazy is I've been riding by the property,
[34:35.080 --> 34:41.320] and I'm still getting notices, still getting notices that say the city is charging me X
[34:41.320 --> 34:48.440] number of dollars for taking care of the grass and the bamboo that I planted in the backyard.
[34:48.440 --> 34:56.280] I want my house back. I believe that lack of standing is what I have to stand on at this point.
[34:56.280 --> 34:57.240]  Please advise me.
[34:57.960 --> 35:02.680]  Okay. First thing, go to remediesinrealestate.com.
[35:04.360 --> 35:05.720]  Remedies in real estate?
[35:05.720 --> 35:14.920] Yeah. Remedies in real estate, and the top menu, the second item right next to the home key is
[35:14.920 --> 35:21.640] free forensic analysis or free mortgage analysis. Click on that, and it'll bring up a map.
[35:21.640 --> 35:27.640] That map is everything you need to know about mortgages in there.
[35:28.840 --> 35:34.920] You click on the center of that map, and it will open a page that will tell you the things you need
[35:34.920 --> 35:42.760] to start doing to get set up to take these folks on. Have they already taken the property?
[35:42.760 --> 35:52.920] They did take the property. It has been almost a calendar year, no new tenant, no nothing.
[35:55.960 --> 36:03.240] Oh, wait a minute. They foreclosed and did they order you out of the property or did
[36:03.240 --> 36:05.000]  you leave voluntarily?
[36:05.000 --> 36:11.560]  I was in a bankruptcy. I tried everything. I did a bankruptcy. I sent the paperwork to the
[36:11.560 --> 36:17.880] sheriff for an automatic stay. I did everything that I knew to do.
[36:18.440 --> 36:26.280] Okay. You didn't answer my question. Did they evict you from the property or did you leave
[36:27.240 --> 36:28.120]  before eviction?
[36:29.320 --> 36:32.360] No. The sheriff came to physically remove me.
[36:33.000 --> 36:39.000] Okay. So you were physically, you were evicted. Okay. And you say the city is still charging you?
[36:39.000 --> 36:48.040] Yes. Okay. There are some statutes that the whoever takes over the property I think has,
[36:48.040 --> 36:56.440] as a rule, will have 90 days to file a warranty deed. And if a warranty deed has been filed in
[36:56.440 --> 37:01.240] the record and the city is still billing you, then that's an issue you can take up with the city.
[37:01.240 --> 37:09.560] But before I can really give you any good information about what went on, I would need
[37:09.560 --> 37:15.400] to see all of the documents that have been filed with the county registrar's office
[37:17.080 --> 37:23.480] from the date that your original warranty deed was filed in the record.
[37:23.480 --> 37:31.800] There should be a deed of trust, assignments of substitute trustee,
[37:31.800 --> 37:41.080] and assignments of the note and or deed of trust. North Carolina is a judicial state.
[37:43.080 --> 37:44.760] Did they have to go to court to evict you?
[37:46.040 --> 37:46.760]  Yes, they did.
[37:47.880 --> 37:49.720] Okay. Did you fight them in court?
[37:50.440 --> 37:51.160]  Yes, I did.
[37:51.160 --> 38:01.080] I would need to see what constitutes resjudicata, what has already been determined,
[38:01.960 --> 38:07.400] those things you can't go back and re-litigate. If I have those, I'll look it over and get an idea.
[38:09.000 --> 38:11.800] Was MERS included in the mortgage?
[38:12.840 --> 38:13.160]  Yes.
[38:14.760 --> 38:19.800] Okay. That'll give you one claim. Was it an FHA loan?
[38:19.800 --> 38:21.080]  Yes.
[38:21.960 --> 38:23.720]  Oh, that's interesting.
[38:26.440 --> 38:33.800] Did the same entity foreclose that you wrote the note with?
[38:36.920 --> 38:39.800] The state of North Carolina is the new note holder.
[38:40.840 --> 38:45.640] No, who did the foreclosure? Who claimed to hold the note when it was foreclosed on?
[38:47.080 --> 38:48.200]  Better branch banking.
[38:48.200 --> 38:53.800] Is that the bank that you entered into the note with?
[38:56.440 --> 38:57.240]  It is not.
[38:58.120 --> 38:58.520]  Okay.
[38:59.960 --> 39:04.680] There in an FHA loan, there is no provision to sell the note.
[39:06.920 --> 39:13.000] And if it's a Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, a uniform instrument that they used,
[39:13.000 --> 39:19.160] there is a provision to sell the note. The lender is authorized to sell a portion of the note of the
[39:19.160 --> 39:25.080] entire note together with this security instrument. And that's in the security instrument.
[39:26.040 --> 39:32.440] So what it's saying is, is you can sell this note, but you have to sell it with the security
[39:32.440 --> 39:37.320] instrument. You can't separate them. A lot of people are arguing the bifurcation issue,
[39:37.320 --> 39:47.160] but they're arguing it the wrong way. They're saying that the borrower was harmed because
[39:47.160 --> 39:53.480] the lender separated the note, indeed, of trust and they argue quiet title issue.
[39:54.680 --> 40:03.320] Horse manure on that, they breach the mortgage. That was a contractual breach. You don't have
[40:03.320 --> 40:13.320] to show harm. When you, in a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac note, you authorize them to sell
[40:13.320 --> 40:20.760] the note together with the security instrument. However, if yours is FHA, there is no provision
[40:20.760 --> 40:28.760] to sell the note at all. So if they sold the note of someone else other than them attempted
[40:28.760 --> 40:37.960] to foreclose, then that was a breach of contract. That was fraud. So you may have a good claim
[40:37.960 --> 40:44.120] to go back, but I need to see the documentation before I could tell much. Did you file a counter
[40:44.120 --> 40:52.120] claim in the foreclosure issue? I did not. I went to bankruptcy court.
[40:52.120 --> 41:00.120] Bankruptcy court. Okay. Did some two-bit shuster lawyer tell you to do that?
[41:01.400 --> 41:07.080] Yes. Yes, what I thought. That's the only thing they know how to do. We use bankruptcy,
[41:07.720 --> 41:15.800] but only as the very last ditch thing to do. If everything else has failed, then share us
[41:15.800 --> 41:21.960] come and tomorrow we run bankruptcy court and file bankruptcy. Otherwise, we've got a whole lot of
[41:21.960 --> 41:30.920] stuff to throw at them. The first thing I suggest you do, go down to the record, get everything
[41:30.920 --> 41:40.520] that's been filed, then look at every document, take the name of the notary, and if you go on
[41:40.520 --> 41:48.360] this website, it will direct you to a place where you can pull down a fill-in-the-blank
[41:48.360 --> 41:57.080] PDF form where you request that the notary provide evidence of the authentication.
[41:59.400 --> 42:08.600] The only thing a notary does is authenticate that the person who signed this document
[42:08.600 --> 42:17.160] is the person he claims to be in signing the document, and documents filed with the county
[42:17.160 --> 42:24.600] registrar's office are not self-authenticating, so they have to have a notary authenticating
[42:24.600 --> 42:32.280] that this person who signed this document is the person they claim to be. You ask the notary
[42:32.280 --> 42:40.760] to provide evidence to show that that was actually done and to show that this authentication on this
[42:40.760 --> 42:50.040] document was not fraudulent. In the area of foreclosure, that is the single biggest area of fraud,
[42:51.080 --> 43:01.880] and it is the dumbest thing. They fabricated these verifications just because it was
[43:01.880 --> 43:10.440] inconvenient to have a notary sitting there watching these guys forge 300 documents an hour,
[43:12.120 --> 43:17.480] so they just had the notary forge the notaries. He had signed a whole stack of documents,
[43:17.480 --> 43:22.840] and this guy pulled them off the shelf, filled them out as he needed them. It was really dumb,
[43:22.840 --> 43:29.000]  because that's a felony. It's not a felony when the notary signs the blank
[43:29.000 --> 43:34.840] you're at. That's only a misdemeanor, but when they file it in the county record,
[43:34.840 --> 43:41.400] that's a felony for everyone. These guys got to be out of their minds. Hang on,
[43:41.400 --> 43:45.480] we'll get back to this when we come back on the other side, because there's some more letters
[43:45.480 --> 43:53.400] to send out. This is Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, Rood Law Radio, our call in number 512-646-1984.
[43:53.400 --> 44:06.440] We'll be right back. Mr. President, members of Congress, you've been making a lot of noise
[44:06.440 --> 44:14.360] about taking our guns away, but you might want to review history. 1835, Gonzales, Texas territory.
[44:15.160 --> 44:20.520] The authorities wanted to confiscate the big gun that protected that colony. You know what the
[44:20.520 --> 44:28.520] people said? Come and take it, because they were willing to fight for their freedom and their guns.
[44:29.560 --> 44:37.880] So are we. Come and take it, if you want it. Come and take it, if you think you can. Come and take
[44:37.880 --> 44:45.560] it, but I want you. You'll have to buy it for my colded hands. We want the freedom that God gave
[44:45.560 --> 44:53.320] us, so you best not cross that line. If you want this gun, you got to come through us and take
[44:53.320 --> 45:02.920] it. One shot at a time, just like Gonzales, we're keeping our guns. Are you the plaintiff or defendant

[46:55.240 --> 47:16.440] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, rule of law radio,
[47:17.800 --> 47:23.560] and we're talking to Kim in North Carolina. Kim, there is a lot you can do.
[47:23.560 --> 47:29.720] And the first thing is to get a letter out to all of these notaries. Since you're out of the
[47:29.720 --> 47:38.760] property, you have time to work on these guys, and this takes time. No matter how you slice it up,
[47:40.040 --> 47:45.240] civil cases take time, and we use this to advantage when someone's still in the house.
[47:45.240 --> 47:52.840] If we had have gotten you before eviction and before they had completed the foreclosure, we'd
[47:52.840 --> 47:57.320] have filed suit in the federal court and jerked them out of the state court into the Fed, and
[47:58.200 --> 48:02.600] then when they threw out that suit, we'd file another one for different issues and just keep
[48:02.600 --> 48:10.120] them dancing for a good long time. But we're past that, so now we have time. Now the first thing
[48:10.120 --> 48:19.000] we want to do is set them up. Send a letter to the notaries, and there are two letters for notaries.
[48:19.000 --> 48:26.520] One is for notary and one is for the secretary of state. You send the letter to the secretary of
[48:26.520 --> 48:33.320] state and ask the secretary of state to send you a current address on the notary or the
[48:33.320 --> 48:42.360] most current address that the secretary of state has, and the signature page for the
[48:42.360 --> 48:47.960] notary application. You want to see what the notary signature looks like,
[48:50.360 --> 48:56.120] and you would think that they wouldn't use the wrong person to sign that you're at.
[48:56.120 --> 49:05.640] Of course they will. They're criminals, and there's directions on the site that tell you,
[49:05.640 --> 49:13.720] don't send this yourself. If you send it yourself, they know which authentication to forge.
[49:15.400 --> 49:23.640] Have someone else send it, and the letter asks for the evidence of authentication from the day
[49:23.640 --> 49:31.400] before to the day after this particular authentication you have in the record. You don't want to know
[49:31.400 --> 49:38.120] who it is, so they won't know which one to forge. If you don't have someone who can send it,
[49:38.120 --> 49:46.360] there's a second letter with my name and address on it. That won't hurt at all, because if they
[49:46.360 --> 49:50.520] see my name on it and wonder who I am and look me up on the internet, they're going to say,
[49:50.520 --> 49:56.200] oh, it's this jerk. Now I know we've got problems, and that's what we want them to feel.
[49:58.440 --> 50:06.920] It's all about politics. I'll tell you from the start, if you pursue these guys in court
[50:08.120 --> 50:15.720] as a prose litigant without a lawyer, you can't expect the courts to rule against you
[50:15.720 --> 50:24.280] out of hand at every turn. The courts are corrupt. They are absolutely corrupt.
[50:25.800 --> 50:36.120] But that's okay. We can handle that. We need, we understand it, we expect it, and there are things
[50:36.120 --> 50:43.320] we can do because of it. One of the things we do is set up the way we make our arguments,
[50:43.320 --> 50:49.080] so that when the judge rules against us, we get to go after the judge.
[50:51.400 --> 50:57.560] You see, the courts hate prose litigants. They don't hate prose litigants because
[50:57.560 --> 51:01.880] they write stupid things. They like that. Makes it easy for them to skirm around.
[51:03.640 --> 51:09.880] They hate prose litigants because every once in a while, they run across the prose from hell.
[51:09.880 --> 51:15.720] The prose, who knows the dirty tricks that that stinking wrong lawyer knows.
[51:17.480 --> 51:26.360] It knows how to use the forces that are out there against them. There are always remedies
[51:26.360 --> 51:33.320] written into law. Now, all the lawyers and all the judges are dirty, rotten line,
[51:33.320 --> 51:41.320] even scoundrels. Okay, maybe they're not, but it would behoove you to conduct yourself as if they
[51:41.320 --> 51:50.200] are. But when you have a group of scoundrels all dealing with one another, their problem is,
[51:50.920 --> 51:55.400] is they have to have protections they can use to protect themselves from each other.
[51:56.680 --> 52:01.400] So we have all the protections in the law that we need. They just don't want us knowing about
[52:01.400 --> 52:07.480] them. Don't want us using them. Well, that's what we do. We learn what those are and we've been
[52:07.480 --> 52:15.480] studying them for a long time and we know how to really, really beat them up. They will, the best
[52:15.480 --> 52:22.600] thing we can do is give them as much grief as we possibly can. Now, if I was a lawyer and I said
[52:22.600 --> 52:28.440] a thing like that, they would run out here really quick and snatch my bar card.
[52:28.440 --> 52:37.400] But I'm not a lawyer and you're not a lawyer. So you can bar grieve the lawyer every time he
[52:37.400 --> 52:43.560] turns around. You can file a judicial complaint against the judge every time he renders a ruling
[52:43.560 --> 52:50.200] you don't like. You can file criminal charges against them if it's egregious enough.
[52:50.200 --> 53:00.920] And there is absolutely nothing they can do about that. One word about a bar grievance,
[53:00.920 --> 53:05.880] he gets a bar grievance for that because he's forbidden to dress it with you.
[53:07.320 --> 53:14.440] One word from the judge about a judicial conduct complaint tampering with the witness
[53:14.440 --> 53:21.960] obstruction of justice and those are serious crimes. And if you file criminal charges it gets
[53:21.960 --> 53:26.520] even bigger deal. If you try to intimidate a witness in a criminal accusation,
[53:27.400 --> 53:34.440] rather or not the criminal accusation is valid, makes no difference. That's a big deal crime. So
[53:34.440 --> 53:41.480] you got somebody here in court with you and he's beaten you up at every turn and you can't even
[53:41.480 --> 53:49.240] complain about it. Every step you make he nails you again and nothing you do about it. What we're
[53:49.240 --> 53:52.040] trying to do is bring them to the table to make you a deal you can't pass up.
[53:54.920 --> 53:59.000] You have to understand that going in. You never want to go to court.
[54:01.080 --> 54:07.400] Nobody wants to go to court. Courts are corrupt both the bankers bottom paid for them.
[54:07.400 --> 54:15.000] But even they don't trust those corrupt scoundrels because they understand it's not really about the
[54:15.000 --> 54:26.600] money. It's all about the politics and all politics is local. When they get a pro se in there that's
[54:26.600 --> 54:32.600] hammering them big time. If this federal judge wants to get on the federal bench,
[54:32.600 --> 54:38.280] your bargery, your judicial conduct complaint against him can be enough to stop him.
[54:40.040 --> 54:45.080] Because if you got 20 judges out there vying for the same appellate seat,
[54:46.200 --> 54:51.800] one's got 10 bar grievances of judicial conduct complaints against him. The other's got none.
[54:52.840 --> 55:00.520] The one with 10 is going to look like a political liability and his history doesn't matter if the
[55:00.520 --> 55:09.160] grievances are valid or not. Life is tough, Bubba. So anyway, these are some of the tools we have,
[55:09.160 --> 55:15.640] but we also have really have done our homework. Go through those pages. The next thing to look at,
[55:15.640 --> 55:23.480] I got kind of sidetracked there on that, is whoever signed a document. If you have a document in
[55:23.480 --> 55:31.000] there, an assignment of substitute trustee, who signed it? You take that name and you send it.
[55:31.640 --> 55:41.720] The next letter in the list of letter requests is a letter to the company asking for evidence of
[55:41.720 --> 55:48.600] power of attorney for this person who signed for you. You can go to the court and say,
[55:48.600 --> 55:54.680] your honor, this person's a robosonor. Well, his name is flattered all over the internet,
[55:54.680 --> 56:00.520] and the judge is going to say so. That doesn't mean he doesn't have authority to sign in this
[56:00.520 --> 56:05.240] instance. So we go to the judge, say this guy's a robosonor, his name is flattered all over the
[56:05.240 --> 56:09.720] internet. So we send a letter to the company asking for evidence of power of attorney,
[56:10.920 --> 56:17.720] and they did not respond. We have never had one respond. So we have reason to believe that he
[56:17.720 --> 56:29.720] does not have power of attorney. Now we have issues we can bring, and then it will go deeper into
[56:29.720 --> 56:39.720] this map, and it will show you how to look at the documents and determine what's wrong with them.
[56:42.600 --> 56:47.320] Once we get the documents evaluated, we get the letter sent to all the notaries and all
[56:47.320 --> 56:54.360] the signatories, then we can go to the local court with a petition for declaratory judgment
[56:55.880 --> 57:02.120] and ask the judge to look at this document that was filed in the county record
[57:03.720 --> 57:12.600] and show this authentication that's on here, and then show evidence that you've put in a request
[57:12.600 --> 57:19.960] for evidence of this authentication, and you didn't get it. In general, you can look at the
[57:19.960 --> 57:26.440] authentications. A lot of times just looking at them makes it clear that something is terribly
[57:26.440 --> 57:33.640] wrong with it. You will find on 90% of them that they're all filled out in the same hand,
[57:33.640 --> 57:41.560] everything but the signature of the notary, and that is not the hand of the notary, the notary's
[57:41.560 --> 57:47.240] signature is generally dramatically different. Whoever signs the document fills out the hold
[57:47.240 --> 57:55.000] you're at, and the only thing is the notary's signature, or they take a rubber stamp and stamp
[57:55.000 --> 58:04.760] in the notary's name. That's an indication that it was created by someone else, and then when
[58:04.760 --> 58:12.360] you don't get back evidence of the authentication, now you have good evidence to indicate that this
[58:12.360 --> 58:19.560] document was not properly authenticated, and therefore is not proper for filing in the county
[58:19.560 --> 58:26.680] record, and you ask the court to rule it is void, and if you get that ruling, that's reschuticata,
[58:26.680 --> 58:33.960] now you come back and undermine the whole foreclosure. It's kind of a stealth attack we sneak
[58:33.960 --> 58:40.200] up behind them. Hang on, we're going to break, this is Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, Ruth Law Radio,
[58:40.200 --> 58:45.560]  our call at number 512-646-1984, we'll be right back.
[58:50.120 --> 58:55.720] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated
[58:55.720 --> 59:01.720] because they struggle to understand it. Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text,
[59:01.720 --> 59:05.880] but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture.
[59:06.840 --> 59:13.320] Enter the recovery version. First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate,
[59:13.320 --> 59:19.400] but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. Difficult and profound
[59:19.400 --> 59:24.600] passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance into the riches of the
[59:24.600 --> 59:30.600] word beyond which you've ever experienced before. Bibles for America would like to give you a free

[01:00:35.800 --> 01:00:44.360] Tangerine online at BraveNewBookstore.com. And now the news. Police accountability activist and
[01:00:44.360 --> 01:00:49.800] founder of the Peaceful Streets Project, Antonio Bieler, was arrested yet again yesterday as he
[01:00:49.800 --> 01:00:54.920] attended the court hearing of a friend in Gonzales County, Texas. Witnesses report that about 10
[01:00:54.920 --> 01:00:59.320] supporters had their phones confiscated by the judge and were then kicked out of the hearing
[01:00:59.320 --> 01:01:06.360] before it even began. As Antonio was being escorted out by Captain Gale Autry, video shows Antonio
[01:01:06.360 --> 01:01:12.280] telling Captain Autry to go eff himself as he was walking away. Autry then asks Antonio to repeat what
[01:01:12.280 --> 01:01:18.360] he said, which he does. Then Autry tells Antonio, I'm going to get you and proceeds to arrest him.
[01:01:18.360 --> 01:01:22.760] Antonio has been charged with disorderly conduct and is expected to be released this morning.
[01:01:22.760 --> 01:01:27.560] Supporters of Antonio are encouraged to call Gonzales Police Department and tell them to
[01:01:27.560 --> 01:01:33.000] free Antonio Bieler and drop the charges against him. The number to Gonzales Police Department
[01:01:33.000 --> 01:01:44.520] is 830-672-8686. Again, that's 830-672-8686. The Liberty Beat will keep you up to date as the
[01:01:44.520 --> 01:01:53.960] story unfolds. In related news, flipping the bird at a police officer or telling a cop to stick
[01:01:53.960 --> 01:01:58.360] it where the sun don't shine may not be the smartest thing to do, but it's legal according to two
[01:01:58.360 --> 01:02:04.840] recent Colorado court rulings. Last week, Bob McIntosh got a $20,000 settlement from a Boulder
[01:02:04.840 --> 01:02:11.560] County over his arrest on October 1st. McIntosh was pulled over, going 41 miles per hour in a 20
[01:02:11.560 --> 01:02:16.600] mile per hour school zone and used propanity at Deputy Sheriff Tim Lynch because he got a ticket.
[01:02:16.600 --> 01:02:20.920] Police report shows McIntosh repeatedly swore at the deputy and called him a vulgar name,
[01:02:20.920 --> 01:02:24.920] and the deputy told him if he didn't control his language, he would be arrested. McIntosh was
[01:02:24.920 --> 01:02:29.560] arrested and charged with disobeying a police officer. Charge was later dropped. Boulder County
[01:02:29.560 --> 01:02:34.840] decided to pay up when McIntosh indicated he would sue because the U.S. Supreme Court recognizes
[01:02:34.840 --> 01:02:40.520] that verbal criticism of a police officer is protected speech under McIntosh's arrest on
[01:02:40.520 --> 01:02:45.640] that charge was a violation of the First Amendment. Just a month ago, prosecutors dismissed a case
[01:02:45.640 --> 01:02:51.880] against Shane Bohr, a man who flipped off a state trooper on C470 near West Bowles Avenue in Jefferson
[01:02:51.880 --> 01:03:21.720] County because his actions are protected under the Constitution.
[01:03:21.880 --> 01:03:37.640] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, Ruev La Radio, and we're talking to Kim in North Carolina.
[01:03:39.640 --> 01:03:48.280] Kim, go on and look at the site and you might contact us at Remedies and Readestate if you need
[01:03:48.280 --> 01:03:55.640] some help. We help with these issues. We have a federal suit we can file in any case, but
[01:03:56.600 --> 01:04:03.080] in your case, the federal suit would be premature since we're not trying to stop a eviction.
[01:04:04.920 --> 01:04:11.640] You can lay the groundwork for a pretty decent suit against these guys.
[01:04:11.640 --> 01:04:15.800] Yes. So what do you think?
[01:04:17.320 --> 01:04:22.520] Okay, thank you. Great. And thank you so much for your help. And I think that I will be
[01:04:22.520 --> 01:04:28.280] contacting the Secretary of State and we'll keep going until we finish.
[01:04:28.920 --> 01:04:33.000] Okay, go on Remedies and Readestate and it has all the directions in there.
[01:04:33.800 --> 01:04:38.760] And everything I have in there is free. It says it's a free mortgage analysis. That's exactly
[01:04:38.760 --> 01:04:42.920] what it is. We have some other things we can help you with that we charge for,
[01:04:43.960 --> 01:04:50.360] but everything that's in there, you're welcome to it. And everything that I've learned over
[01:04:50.360 --> 01:04:56.040] the last five years about foreclosure, all my research, it's all in there.
[01:04:57.960 --> 01:05:05.560] So have fun. Good luck. And if you need some help, give us a call. Okay, now we're going to go to
[01:05:05.560 --> 01:05:14.520] Chris in Texas. Hello, Chris. How are you doing? I'm doing good. I don't care what everybody says.
[01:05:16.040 --> 01:05:21.640] But thank you for taking my call. I'm fighting a couple of transportation tickets. And while I
[01:05:21.640 --> 01:05:26.440] know that Eddie is the go-to guy for the transportation tickets, I have a couple questions
[01:05:26.440 --> 01:05:30.120] that you might be able to answer for me. Okay. Time is of the essence.
[01:05:30.120 --> 01:05:38.360] I filed a motion for discovery. And at my pretrial, I got the motion for discovery granted
[01:05:39.160 --> 01:05:45.320] partially. The judge granted about seven of the 10 things that I asked for. The prosecutor even
[01:05:45.320 --> 01:05:52.280] objected to two of the things, but the judge granted them anyway. Now, the judge ruled that
[01:05:52.280 --> 01:05:57.720] they were to provide me this information 10 days before my trial. And tomorrow will be that 10th
[01:05:57.720 --> 01:06:01.720] day before my trial. And they have only provided me with one of the seven things that they're
[01:06:01.720 --> 01:06:15.560] required to provide me. Okay. This is great. Bargrevance.net is up. If you're going to like this,
[01:06:16.440 --> 01:06:25.160] you're going to think it's a comedy routine. Go into Bargrevance.net and select the American
[01:06:25.160 --> 01:06:34.200] Bar Association standards for the prosecutorial function. Okay. You will be amazed at what
[01:06:34.200 --> 01:06:41.720] you can hammer a prosecutor for. And this is a traffic citation, so you have to understand
[01:06:41.720 --> 01:06:51.480] who you're dealing with here. You have got a lot of background noise. Yeah, I'm, unfortunately,
[01:06:51.480 --> 01:07:02.920] I'm driving. Oh, okay. Tell those trucks to stop passing you. Okay. Bargrevance.net is up. You can
[01:07:02.920 --> 01:07:11.880] use it to file a Bargrevance against the prosecuting attorney. Now, generally prosecutors, they don't
[01:07:11.880 --> 01:07:20.280] have to carry malpractice insurance. Whoever hires them carries that form. So you think that wasn't
[01:07:20.280 --> 01:07:29.320] a problem. But what you get in municipal court, you get the chump lawyers, the guys who got out
[01:07:29.320 --> 01:07:38.520] of law school and didn't graduate in the top 10% of their class. And a good portion of those
[01:07:39.400 --> 01:07:42.920] tended to think that they were a mascot for one of the beer companies.
[01:07:45.400 --> 01:07:49.800] They struggled to pass their bar. Nobody's going to pick them up. They're trying to figure out a
[01:07:49.800 --> 01:07:55.320] way to make a living. So they go to work and they can't function effectively with real clients.
[01:07:56.200 --> 01:07:58.440] So they go to work for the city where they don't have to function.
[01:08:01.240 --> 01:08:07.480] These guys are not the sharpest knives in the drawer. If they were, they wouldn't be there.
[01:08:09.080 --> 01:08:15.720] And when you hammer one of them with a Bargrevance, oh, they are going to get real excited.
[01:08:15.720 --> 01:08:23.080] And every time the judge renders a ruling you don't like, judicial conduct complaint the judge.
[01:08:24.600 --> 01:08:30.040] And during the pre-trial, judicial conduct complaint two of the judges, one for my parents'
[01:08:30.040 --> 01:08:34.600] docket and one for my pre-trial hearing. And I have filed our Bargrevance against the prosecutor
[01:08:34.600 --> 01:08:40.760] that showed up for the pre-trial. Oh, wonderful. Right. What I was wondering is what do I do
[01:08:40.760 --> 01:08:44.440] about the fact that they haven't, is there any remedy with the fact that they haven't provided
[01:08:44.440 --> 01:08:51.080] me any of the discovery? A motion to compel and a motion to dismiss.
[01:08:52.600 --> 01:08:56.520] Okay. The first one was a motion of what? Motion to compel discovery.
[01:08:57.480 --> 01:09:04.360] Okay. Okay. And you might petition for sanctions against the lawyer for not producing discovery.
[01:09:05.240 --> 01:09:11.080] I most definitely will do that. And then a motion to dismiss for denial or due process.
[01:09:11.080 --> 01:09:18.360] You have a right to this information. Absolutely. Okay. That was that. And I'll get that filed
[01:09:18.360 --> 01:09:22.840] tomorrow. Tomorrow will be the 10th day. So at five o'clock, if they haven't given me that stuff,
[01:09:22.840 --> 01:09:29.960] I'll go down there and file that right after five o'clock. See, if this keeps up, we have
[01:09:29.960 --> 01:09:35.960] enough people here in the Austin area who are filing Bargrevances and judicial conduct complaints,
[01:09:35.960 --> 01:09:43.480] they're not going to be able to hire a judge or a lawyer before long because most of these guys
[01:09:43.480 --> 01:09:53.080] practice law elsewhere. And this is just a way to make a few extra bucks. Well, this is a murder
[01:09:53.080 --> 01:09:59.800] room. They won't be able to get malpractice insurance. And if they work for a law firm,
[01:09:59.800 --> 01:10:05.480] they'll get them fired from the law firm. Well, hopefully that'll be the case because
[01:10:05.480 --> 01:10:13.480] they really deserve it. Good. Good. I'm glad to hear that. Okay. Have fun. Keep it up and
[01:10:13.480 --> 01:10:19.480] greet them at every opportunity. I certainly will. And I appreciate the information. Okay.
[01:10:19.480 --> 01:10:28.120] Thank you, Chris. Thank you. Okay. Our call in number 512-646-1984. Phone lines are open.
[01:10:28.120 --> 01:10:34.600] And we don't have any callers on the board right now, so I'm going to go back to the
[01:10:37.320 --> 01:10:42.840] getting rid of lawyers. And Chris is a good example of how we handle these lawyers.
[01:10:44.760 --> 01:10:51.240] Grieve them every time they move. They use dirty tricks against us. They cheat.
[01:10:51.240 --> 01:10:59.800] So we use the same tricks back against them. And once we get this together, we will be
[01:10:59.800 --> 01:11:08.200] preparing a questionnaire on the traffic issue as well. And the questionnaire works out really well
[01:11:08.200 --> 01:11:15.800] because once you've been through the questionnaire, you can be relatively confident that you haven't
[01:11:15.800 --> 01:11:24.680] missed anything important. There may be some minor peculiarities which can occur, but 99%
[01:11:24.680 --> 01:11:30.520] of what occurs in a traffic stop occurs every time. Or even in the prosecution, they get so many of
[01:11:30.520 --> 01:11:37.880] them, they do everything the same way all the time. So it won't take a whole lot to get a
[01:11:37.880 --> 01:11:48.440] pretty decent questionnaire up. And we know that in traffic issues, the judges will just disregard
[01:11:48.440 --> 01:12:01.000] whatever you file. And we're working on crafting some complaints criminally. So in a way that will
[01:12:01.000 --> 01:12:12.360] look bad. And so the appearance of perception is everything. Everything's political and perception
[01:12:12.360 --> 01:12:19.800] is everything. What we'll try to do with these complaints is we craft, produce a well-crafted
[01:12:19.800 --> 01:12:26.360] complaint based on point of law. And then we petition the grand jury with those complaints.
[01:12:26.360 --> 01:12:31.400] And when we try to get to the grand jury, prosecuting attorneys is going to interfere.
[01:12:32.760 --> 01:12:38.360] And that's what we hope he does because then we get to file against the prosecuting attorney.
[01:12:39.720 --> 01:12:47.560] Really technical complaints. And they hate those the worst because if you come in there
[01:12:47.560 --> 01:12:56.360] and file a complaint and accuse them of doing really horrendous stuff, then it's easier for them
[01:12:56.360 --> 01:13:03.240] to make you look like some kind of wacko. But when you come in, like I went into Parker County
[01:13:04.520 --> 01:13:09.800] and looked at the holding a guy there in jail, and I went in and looked in the record,
[01:13:09.800 --> 01:13:18.040] and I found a writ of habeas corpus in the record. But I found no return on the writ. So
[01:13:19.880 --> 01:13:24.520] I went to the district attorney's office to make an accusation against the judge
[01:13:25.480 --> 01:13:29.640] for continuing to hear matters in the court without hearing the writ.
[01:13:31.720 --> 01:13:35.960] And the prosecutor wouldn't talk to him. He instead sent out two of his investigators. And
[01:13:35.960 --> 01:13:41.240] when they found out I was making a complaint against the judge, they ordered me leave the building.
[01:13:42.760 --> 01:13:50.520] Threatened me with the rest if I didn't. Well, the way I read 22.06 code of penal code,
[01:13:51.560 --> 01:13:55.960] wow, that's a terroristic threat. If you threaten someone for the purpose of denying them access
[01:13:55.960 --> 01:14:01.960] to a public building or for the purpose of interrupting their access to a public building,
[01:14:01.960 --> 01:14:07.160] that's a terroristic threat. And I had further business in there because the next stop was going
[01:14:07.160 --> 01:14:14.840] to be the district court to file a complaint against the prosecutor for misfeasants in office.
[01:14:15.480 --> 01:14:22.120] But I couldn't do that because these guys, two guys, while prominently displaying deadly weapons,
[01:14:23.080 --> 01:14:29.800] heaved me rather unceremoniously out into the street. So now I'll charge the
[01:14:29.800 --> 01:14:39.240] district attorney as responding at superior. Since I went and asked the secretary to speak
[01:14:39.240 --> 01:14:44.680] with the district attorney, and the district attorney dispatched these two guys with pistols
[01:14:44.680 --> 01:14:51.000] to throw me out of the building, I'll charge him with first degree felony aggravated assault.
[01:14:51.000 --> 01:14:56.680] And we'll take that to a grand jury. I just talked to a captain on the Parker County Sheriff's
[01:14:56.680 --> 01:15:05.240] Department today and told him I would be filing some complaints with him, and there would be
[01:15:05.240 --> 01:15:09.800] first degree felony aggravated assault. And he said, well, you can't file that. I said,
[01:15:09.800 --> 01:15:16.680] of course I can. Well, that's not the correct charge. I said, it's what I'm going to file.
[01:15:17.320 --> 01:15:24.120] Well, I won't act on it. I hope you don't act on it. Then we'll go see what a grand jury has to
[01:15:24.120 --> 01:15:29.720] say about that. And he said, well, you'll have to get the district attorney's permission to
[01:15:30.680 --> 01:15:37.720] go to the grand jury. I said, no, you have to get the grant, the district attorney's
[01:15:37.720 --> 01:15:43.720] permission to go to the grand jury. I don't. And I'll be glad to follow anybody who tries
[01:15:43.720 --> 01:15:51.240] to interfere with me in the process. And I hope it's going to be you. We can do these things.
[01:15:51.240 --> 01:15:57.320] And once people find out that they have the power to do these things, we will change everything.
[01:15:57.880 --> 01:16:06.120] And we go to the grand jury. The more technical the complaint is, the more likely the grand jury
[01:16:06.120 --> 01:16:13.240] is to take it more serious. Because we're not just coming in there and raving. We're saying,
[01:16:14.200 --> 01:16:19.800] this law tells them to do this. This law tells them to do this. And this law says what crime
[01:16:19.800 --> 01:16:27.000] it is when they don't do these things. Walk down it by the numbers. Now they may know we set them
[01:16:27.000 --> 01:16:36.280] up for it. Makes no difference. And we start doing this to judges and prosecutor attorneys.
[01:16:37.000 --> 01:16:43.400] They're going to worry that we may actually get before a grand jury of our peers, not their peers.
[01:16:43.400 --> 01:16:53.880] Okay. This is Randy Kelton, Denver Stevens, rule of law radio. Our call in number 512-646-1984.
[01:16:53.880 --> 01:17:13.240]  We'll be right back.
[01:17:24.200 --> 01:17:36.280] Compared to what I used to be, calcium, magnesium, selenium and zinc. Take a moment now and think.
[01:17:37.000 --> 01:17:44.360] If you have a little thing, every day will bring the life that you've been looking for.

[01:19:21.960 --> 01:19:51.880] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, Rue La Radio,
[01:19:52.920 --> 01:20:01.160] and we're going to go now to Tony in Illinois. Hello Tony, how is your mortgage issue going?
[01:20:02.920 --> 01:20:09.640] Well, we're going to file tomorrow and do a re-hearing on the motion to dismiss.
[01:20:11.080 --> 01:20:18.760] I haven't really found any motions for declaratory judgment to plagiarize, so we're just going to
[01:20:18.760 --> 01:20:28.760] keep it simple and do that, just do the motion to dismiss. But if they try to pull what they did
[01:20:28.760 --> 01:20:39.160] before, I think I'll have her present a judge with demand for judicial notice for certain
[01:20:39.160 --> 01:20:48.920] facts, and that's pretty much laid out. Everything needed to get a declaratory judgment, I think.
[01:20:48.920 --> 01:20:54.680] I'm just not comfortable with the framework of that, what I'm really saying. Because the
[01:20:54.680 --> 01:21:00.680] motion to dismiss, I've pretty much plagiarized the whole thing. I made it fit. I plagiarized
[01:21:00.680 --> 01:21:10.520] that. Okay. What are the facts that you would ask the judge to take judicial notice of?
[01:21:12.600 --> 01:21:22.760] That Wells Fargo, well, that Deutsche Bank filed a complaint to foreclose on a certain date
[01:21:22.760 --> 01:21:34.520] that the mortgage they're trying to foreclose on was Wells Fargo, that Deutsche Bank isn't Wells
[01:21:34.520 --> 01:21:45.320] Fargo, and that they didn't present anything, any connection to that mortgage with the complaint
[01:21:45.320 --> 01:21:53.640] aside from a copy of it. They didn't present an assignment. Is there anything in the county
[01:21:53.640 --> 01:22:03.000]  registrar's office? That's what I was going for. However, in the county recorder's office,
[01:22:03.000 --> 01:22:10.040] there is an assignment. Fortunately, it was dated and filed after the complaint.
[01:22:10.040 --> 01:22:18.040] That's what I would take judicial notice of, and that pretty much lays it out. We have a case,
[01:22:19.320 --> 01:22:26.280] and it happened to be Deutsche Bank versus Gilbert here in Illinois. The assignment was
[01:22:27.640 --> 01:22:33.800] dated and filed after the complaint, and it was dismissed.
[01:22:33.800 --> 01:22:40.200] That goes to collateral estoppel. You should go for sanctions.
[01:22:42.680 --> 01:22:47.640] If they've already been hammered for this and have already been adjudicated that they can't
[01:22:47.640 --> 01:22:54.840] pursue a foreclosure if they did not have the assignment at the time they commenced,
[01:22:56.120 --> 01:23:02.520] then they're subject to collateral estoppel. The fact that they're continuing to try to do it?
[01:23:02.520 --> 01:23:05.320] Yes, that should get sanctions.
[01:23:07.800 --> 01:23:15.560] That goes on top of the fact that she was trying to do a modification at the time
[01:23:15.560 --> 01:23:21.240] they sold it, and they didn't give proper notice at the right address because she didn't get mail
[01:23:21.240 --> 01:23:27.160] at her residence. That's just another thing to add to the file, I guess, on that particular case.
[01:23:27.160 --> 01:23:32.840] Yes, and you should go back and listen to our Friday show two weeks ago.
[01:23:34.760 --> 01:23:39.480] I had someone on who was an expert in the modification process.
[01:23:40.120 --> 01:23:40.920]  Yeah, I heard that show.
[01:23:41.560 --> 01:23:49.000] Oh, good. We're trying to get together an evaluation of the modification process
[01:23:49.000 --> 01:23:58.280] where we can take the numbers and we can make a determination of whether or not
[01:23:58.280 --> 01:24:04.280] you meet the requirements for the modification or you met the requirements at the time. If you did
[01:24:05.480 --> 01:24:14.200] or even if you didn't, if you didn't and they didn't tell you, but use the modification process
[01:24:14.200 --> 01:24:20.920] to force you to get further behind so that they could pursue foreclosure while pretending to do
[01:24:20.920 --> 01:24:34.280] a modification. Hello? I don't know if you can hear me, but I think you may have dropped off.
[01:24:34.280 --> 01:24:41.880]  I'll call back. I don't hear anything.
[01:25:04.280 --> 01:25:15.880] If I can't believe my eyes, I've got to believe my heart.
[01:25:17.880 --> 01:25:29.880] If I can't believe my ears, I've got to believe my heart. Yeah, I can't believe in newspapers.
[01:25:29.880 --> 01:25:39.480] I've got to believe my heart. If I can't believe the radio,
[01:25:40.840 --> 01:25:49.480] whoa, I've got to believe my heart. And my heart's saving the world.
[01:25:49.480 --> 01:25:55.720] Wait a minute, hold on, hold on. You know I'm out here in this wilderness alone.
[01:25:55.720 --> 01:26:07.320] The troubles you bring to me make me feel like stone. Just because you can't find the sleep in this reality.
[01:26:25.720 --> 01:26:31.320]  We are free.
[01:26:43.720 --> 01:26:51.320] I keep writing myself in places where I have to believe my heart.
[01:26:51.320 --> 01:27:00.920] I must go on in some cases. So I've got to believe my heart.
[01:27:00.920 --> 01:27:10.920] I keep writing myself in situations where I've got to believe my heart.
[01:27:10.920 --> 01:27:16.920] I might not possess the proper education.
[01:27:16.920 --> 01:27:26.520] So I've got to believe my heart. And my heart's saving the world.
[01:27:26.520 --> 01:27:36.520] Okay, Tony, sorry about that. I had a minor glitch. But I'm back. Where were we?
[01:27:36.520 --> 01:27:42.520] Oh. Okay, go ahead. I forgot to unmute you.
[01:27:42.520 --> 01:27:48.120] Okay. Yeah, I think you were talking about modifications when I dropped off.
[01:27:48.120 --> 01:27:56.280] Okay, yeah, we're trying to put together an evaluation process for the modification issue.
[01:27:56.280 --> 01:28:03.960] And if you want to contact us off the air, I may try to get Winston to use yours as a prototype.
[01:28:05.640 --> 01:28:08.600] So we want to put together a questionnaire and
[01:28:08.600 --> 01:28:12.200] we'll set up what kind of information we need to do it.
[01:28:12.200 --> 01:28:16.200] And that'll be another issue you can bring. That's outright fraud.
[01:28:16.200 --> 01:28:24.200] And that's one you may be able to go in with a Kwaitam action.
[01:28:24.200 --> 01:28:27.000] Kwaitam, that would be federal.
[01:28:27.000 --> 01:28:38.200] You may actually be able to file a counter claim with Kwaitam and remove to the federal court.
[01:28:38.200 --> 01:28:43.800] How would that go to Kwaitam?
[01:28:43.800 --> 01:28:51.560] Okay. They got a couple of thousand dollars from the Obama administration to offer you that
[01:28:52.200 --> 01:28:57.560] modification. And they never intended to give you the modification.
[01:28:57.560 --> 01:29:02.520] They set up their procedures to ensure that you wouldn't get a modification.
[01:29:02.520 --> 01:29:11.080] And we can show that. So that's defrauding the government. So you get to do a Kwaitam
[01:29:11.720 --> 01:29:19.080] in the capacity of a private attorney general where you sue for yourself and all others
[01:29:19.080 --> 01:29:26.680] similarly situated. And this is going to tense their shorts a bit.
[01:29:26.680 --> 01:29:34.680] If they look to have to go to a federal court and explain their modification procedures
[01:29:36.040 --> 01:29:39.560] at the risk of having to give back all that money they got in triplicate.
[01:29:40.200 --> 01:29:46.200] Okay. Hang on. This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, the rule of law radio.
[01:29:46.200 --> 01:29:56.360] I'll call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back on the other side.
[01:30:16.200 --> 01:30:21.880] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:30:21.880 --> 01:30:26.200] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:30:26.920 --> 01:30:33.080] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy,
[01:30:33.080 --> 01:30:37.720] it's worth hanging on to. This message is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[01:30:37.720 --> 01:30:43.720] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. Start over with StartPage.
[01:30:43.720 --> 01:30:50.680] Chocolate isn't just a sweet treat. In small amounts, it has anti-cancer properties and keeps
[01:30:50.680 --> 01:30:56.040] the heart healthy. But a new study shows that eating chocolate may also make mental arithmetic
[01:30:56.040 --> 01:31:00.760] easier and keep the brain from getting tired when you're doing it. Volunteers were asked to count
[01:31:00.760 --> 01:31:07.240] backwards by 3s from a random number between 800 and 1,000 e-gads. Then they drank hot chocolate
[01:31:07.240 --> 01:31:11.960] with large amounts of flathenols, compounds that increased blood flow to the brain. After
[01:31:11.960 --> 01:31:16.280] drinking it, they calculated more quickly and accurately than they didn't feel as mentally
[01:31:16.280 --> 01:31:21.400] drained. The catch? To get that same amount of flathenols, you'd have to eat a gut-busting
[01:31:21.400 --> 01:31:27.400] five chocolate bars. Go figure. I'm Dr. Cameron Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most
[01:31:27.400 --> 01:31:35.880] private search engine. A noble lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you
[01:31:35.880 --> 01:31:40.360] look at the true nature of terrorism. Based on the damage pattern to the building,
[01:31:40.360 --> 01:31:45.560] but the government seems impossible. The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say.
[01:31:45.560 --> 01:31:50.520] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals. Some of these columns
[01:31:50.520 --> 01:31:56.040] were ripped up, shredded, tossed around. The people that did the things they did knew

[01:33:01.720 --> 01:33:07.880] You are listening to the Logos Radio Network. LogosRadioNetwork.com
[01:33:32.600 --> 01:33:39.080] We are back. Randy Kelton, Debra Stevens, Rural Radio, and we're talking to Tony in Illinois.
[01:33:41.880 --> 01:33:49.880] Okay, so you had an adjudication against you. You filed a motion for re-hearing and they granted it?
[01:33:49.880 --> 01:34:03.400] Actually, we originally did the hearing to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction
[01:34:03.400 --> 01:34:08.120] because we didn't have a stand-in because the time was too late. Well, so we thought we spoke
[01:34:08.120 --> 01:34:16.600] about this before. Basically, the attorney for the other side came in earlier that morning,
[01:34:16.600 --> 01:34:23.320] and when we came in, he said, oh, I granted a continuance. They asked for a continuance.
[01:34:23.320 --> 01:34:27.480] They were here this morning. I was pretty irritated about that.
[01:34:29.640 --> 01:34:37.800] Okay, in most jurisdictions, you have to file a motion for continuance like seven days ahead
[01:34:37.800 --> 01:34:41.080] and it has to be an affidavit showing cause for the continuance.
[01:34:41.080 --> 01:34:50.440] Right, right. He said to build a court, which I'm going to do that, but I'm going to do,
[01:34:51.640 --> 01:34:55.480] how does this sound? I'll do a notice to court and file that in the case.
[01:35:02.280 --> 01:35:07.240] And that the court will be billed for $800 or whatever.
[01:35:07.240 --> 01:35:13.400] That'll be an interesting tactic to see what they do with that bill
[01:35:14.840 --> 01:35:19.720] because you'll affect their credit rating if they don't pay the bill.
[01:35:23.480 --> 01:35:30.440] Now, could there be anything in response to that that she won't like?
[01:35:30.440 --> 01:35:36.760] Is there anything that she could be threatened with like fraud or something?
[01:35:37.720 --> 01:35:45.160] Absolutely not. You claim that the judge acted improperly and did not act in accordance with
[01:35:45.160 --> 01:35:51.080] the rules and harmed you in the process, and you build a court for your time.
[01:35:54.680 --> 01:35:59.240] That's all civil. Now, if you try to steal from the court, that's one thing, but
[01:35:59.240 --> 01:36:06.120] if you state everything accurately, they can disagree with you, but then when they don't
[01:36:06.120 --> 01:36:12.360] pay it, then you fall suit against them. If you have a claim against a public entity,
[01:36:12.360 --> 01:36:14.760] you have to give them a tortulatory. You have to give them notice.
[01:36:16.600 --> 01:36:23.240] So you notice that you were harmed by them in this amount and ask them to make you hold,
[01:36:23.240 --> 01:36:30.840] and they'll refuse, and they'll know you're setting them up to sue them. Now, for 800 bucks,
[01:36:30.840 --> 01:36:34.040] it's going to cost them thousands and thousands to fight you.
[01:36:37.160 --> 01:36:43.080] Well, that'll be interesting to see how that goes. Now, in the proposed order for that,
[01:36:43.080 --> 01:36:52.680] should I put the complaint is hereby stricken, or should I not even go there and just
[01:36:53.800 --> 01:36:59.640] this case is hereby dismissed? So how do you think that proposed order should...
[01:37:04.200 --> 01:37:07.240] You know, if they don't go in the way...
[01:37:07.240 --> 01:37:16.920] Generally, if it's not something that's very well defined, then you generally have the judge
[01:37:16.920 --> 01:37:20.200] tell you what order he wants, and you'll prepare it.
[01:37:23.480 --> 01:37:30.280] Unless it's something really standard, ask the judge to tell you what he wants,
[01:37:30.280 --> 01:37:34.120] and this is real common. They'll tell you what they want, and then you prepare the order
[01:37:34.120 --> 01:37:41.480] or the way they want it, or if you're just asking for them to dismiss what I generally do,
[01:37:41.480 --> 01:37:46.440] is ask them what I want and put two little lines under one for granted and one for denied,
[01:37:46.440 --> 01:37:55.400] and he just checks the ones he chooses. Okay. Now, when you say go into federal court,
[01:37:55.400 --> 01:38:02.920] when you pursue who's ever proposing, is that a removal, or are you basically filing a separate
[01:38:02.920 --> 01:38:11.560] case? Okay, you file the federal action, and then you remove the state action to the Fed.
[01:38:14.120 --> 01:38:17.240] Right now, I thought there was like a time limit for that.
[01:38:17.960 --> 01:38:25.560] You're not, okay, you're not removing it based on your original, the claims made originally.
[01:38:25.560 --> 01:38:32.840] This is newly discovered information. Once you need an evaluation on the foreclosure
[01:38:32.840 --> 01:38:40.280] I mean on the modification issue, and once you have that evaluation, then you can go to the court
[01:38:40.280 --> 01:38:48.440] and say, I have this evaluation, and it demonstrates fraud in the modification process.
[01:38:48.440 --> 01:38:54.920] So this just came to your knowledge, you file, and now you can remove the state action.
[01:38:54.920 --> 01:39:03.720] Okay. Now, a separate issue, do you think having a purchase agreement with someone
[01:39:03.720 --> 01:39:10.360] who is being foreclosed on is enough to give you standing to basically do the same thing,
[01:39:10.360 --> 01:39:15.240] come into place? You effectively have a quit claim deed.
[01:39:15.240 --> 01:39:24.200] A quit claim deed says, I quit my claim and turn my claim over to you.
[01:39:25.000 --> 01:39:29.880] Okay, it wasn't uncomfortable with that, and it's more like an option, a purchase option.
[01:39:31.160 --> 01:39:37.080] Then you'd have to have them write you a quit claim, that's the only way you're going to get
[01:39:37.080 --> 01:39:41.560] standing. Okay, so the option wouldn't be enough?
[01:39:41.560 --> 01:39:46.280] No, just have them write you a quit claim deed with a back side contract.
[01:39:48.120 --> 01:39:51.640] You know, if they're uncomfortable about, you know, if they want a contract, then
[01:39:52.440 --> 01:39:58.200] write the contract that they can purchase the property back at 10 bucks at their option or
[01:39:58.200 --> 01:40:04.200] whatever, and then that's a private contract that stays in the private. Okay. The only thing
[01:40:04.200 --> 01:40:18.280] that's in the public is the quit claim deed. Okay. Okay, I think that's all I have for now.
[01:40:20.280 --> 01:40:23.240] I don't want to skim my notes on the air and have that air.
[01:40:24.440 --> 01:40:28.920] Okay, good. That's good because we need to move along because the callers are building up.
[01:40:28.920 --> 01:40:33.480] Oh, okay. Thank you, Tony, and keep us in touch. I will. Thank you.
[01:40:34.920 --> 01:40:41.560] Okay, now we're going to go to Dan in Connecticut. Hello, Mr. Dan, how are things going?
[01:40:42.440 --> 01:40:44.680]  I just want a Cuowaranto suit.
[01:40:46.920 --> 01:40:54.120] Oh, interesting. Yes, I believe I went over this on air a few months ago. Basically, what
[01:40:54.120 --> 01:40:59.240] happened? Okay, wait, hold on. Is Cuowaranto in Connecticut the same as Cuowaranto?
[01:41:00.520 --> 01:41:04.680]  Oh, I'm sorry. I'm thinking quite tam and you're saying Cuowaranto. I'm sorry.
[01:41:04.680 --> 01:41:11.080] Cuowaranto is an action to remove a wrongful office holder from office and put the correct person
[01:41:11.080 --> 01:41:16.600] back into office. I guess. Okay, that's the same as Texas and everywhere else. Good.
[01:41:16.600 --> 01:41:22.040] Yeah, or in Connecticut, the other slight variation is if somebody is exercising a power
[01:41:22.040 --> 01:41:26.280] franchise, they don't have legal authority to them. Basically, we stopped them from doing that.
[01:41:27.480 --> 01:41:34.120] What effectively happened is town politics as usual, the town I live in, what had happened is
[01:41:35.080 --> 01:41:38.920] a board of that member was making way too many noises in a positive direction.
[01:41:39.640 --> 01:41:43.960] So they said, oh, well, this person got a mileage check. That makes her an employee.
[01:41:43.960 --> 01:41:50.360] So therefore, according to the statutes that apply to this, she vacated her seat on the board
[01:41:50.360 --> 01:41:55.480] and they went ahead and they rammed through a new appointee. And I basically told them,
[01:41:55.480 --> 01:42:00.600] guys, if you do that, somebody's going to sue you. And somebody did.
[01:42:03.560 --> 01:42:09.240] So effectively, we filed a Freedom of Information Act request. We basically said, look, if this
[01:42:09.240 --> 01:42:16.840] person was an employee, producer employee file, produce W-4s, produce all that wonderful stuff,
[01:42:16.840 --> 01:42:20.440] proving control and direction that goes when the employer-employer relationship.
[01:42:21.480 --> 01:42:27.080] The response to the FOIA came back. It turns out none of that stuff ever existed.
[01:42:28.680 --> 01:42:34.120] So we moved for summary judgment in November and the decision just came out March 7th,
[01:42:34.120 --> 01:42:39.560] basically, from the court. The court agreed with us. They said put her back on the board.
[01:42:39.560 --> 01:42:49.480] Now, that would essentially exonerate her position. She should now be able to go back
[01:42:49.480 --> 01:42:57.400] and sue the board, move to reverse any decisions the board has made because that board member
[01:42:57.400 --> 01:43:02.760] that replaced her was not a proper member, Abinicio.
[01:43:02.760 --> 01:43:11.080] Yeah. I think if I'm hearing correctly, they must have spent $50,000 to $60,000 trying to fight
[01:43:11.080 --> 01:43:18.440] the both of us back. And we put up the filing fee of $350,000. I argued that case when I had
[01:43:18.440 --> 01:43:25.640] pneumonia. Believe it or not, I had almost died about a month before. And I was still a little
[01:43:25.640 --> 01:43:33.320] hoarse, but we pulled it off. The thing about Quo-Waranto is these suits are typically very rare
[01:43:33.320 --> 01:43:38.280] and they're usually not resolved unless you appeal. It was a clean victory.
[01:43:38.840 --> 01:43:43.800] Okay, hang on, hang on. This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, News Law Radio.
[01:43:44.760 --> 01:43:50.280] We're talking to Dan in Connecticut. Jeff, I see you there. We'll pick you up on this other side.
[01:43:50.280 --> 01:43:58.920]  We'll be right back.
[01:44:00.360 --> 01:44:06.120] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy,
[01:44:06.120 --> 01:44:09.160] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[01:44:09.160 --> 01:44:11.960] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[01:44:11.960 --> 01:44:17.320] Brave New Books? Yes. Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors
[01:44:17.320 --> 01:44:22.600] like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, Angie Ebert Griffin. They even stock Interfood, Burkey Products,
[01:44:22.600 --> 01:44:26.680] and Calvin Soaps. There's no way a place like that exists.
[01:44:26.680 --> 01:44:32.360] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south in UT.
[01:44:32.360 --> 01:44:35.880] Oh, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there.
[01:44:35.880 --> 01:44:40.920] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK
[01:44:40.920 --> 01:44:47.080] parking facility just behind the bookstore. It does exist, but when are they open?
[01:44:47.080 --> 01:44:51.800]  Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays.

[01:45:01.000 --> 01:45:03.480] Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit?

[01:46:26.840 --> 01:46:40.600] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, David Stevens, rule of law radio.
[01:46:40.600 --> 01:46:45.640] We're talking to Dan in Connecticut, and Dan has to be careful telling me stuff like that
[01:46:45.640 --> 01:46:53.560] because you could get my wrist sprained. Because every time you win one, I pat myself on the back.
[01:46:53.560 --> 01:47:01.080] Yeah, I was telling my co-plaintiff, if you want to thank anybody, thank Randy. He created this
[01:47:01.080 --> 01:47:07.720] monster. Well, I always appreciate it when somebody goes into court and does better than I could.
[01:47:09.960 --> 01:47:12.200]  That's what teachers do, those who can't teach.
[01:47:12.200 --> 01:47:22.920] So, how much longer does your co-plaintiff have to serve?
[01:47:22.920 --> 01:47:32.760] Basically, until January. But the whole point of this, the only reason I took this one on,
[01:47:32.760 --> 01:47:38.440] it was basically principle. It was, you know, small politics, small town politics works.
[01:47:38.440 --> 01:47:42.840] Everybody assumes this is their own sandbox and nobody will fight them.
[01:47:43.880 --> 01:47:48.520] It did look a little dicey for a little bit. I mean, there was kind of doubts that we could
[01:47:48.520 --> 01:47:54.120] pull it off. But once I got the word, you know, my response was very simple by email. I'm like,
[01:47:54.120 --> 01:48:00.600] well, I knew Connecticut Journal statute 10-232 didn't apply. I told you we had this.
[01:48:00.600 --> 01:48:09.800] This is wonderful. This is how we take it back. Now, does she have any plans of going back after
[01:48:09.800 --> 01:48:17.480] the board members? Somebody lied. As a matter of fact, there is a count in that complaint for fraud
[01:48:19.480 --> 01:48:23.800] against the people who made the representation that she was an employee. Therefore, she was off
[01:48:23.800 --> 01:48:29.000] the board. I mean, the interesting thing about this is there was no hearing on this whatsoever
[01:48:29.000 --> 01:48:34.280] before the entire board. And there were actually, I mean, if you want to find interesting case law
[01:48:34.280 --> 01:48:40.280] on this sort of stuff, always look in Connecticut to legal issues involving boards of ed, because
[01:48:40.280 --> 01:48:46.520] boards of ed spend most of the town's money in most towns in Connecticut. And basically,
[01:48:46.520 --> 01:48:51.640] it's just politics as usual. And everybody goes, well, you know, this is a consensus.
[01:48:52.280 --> 01:48:55.880] This is a squeaky wheel. It's going to get the grease. And that's just going to be the end
[01:48:55.880 --> 01:49:00.840] of it. And usually people don't fly back. And for those who do decide to fly back,
[01:49:01.640 --> 01:49:06.280] generally they go, well, I'm not an attorney. I can't possibly know this. I can't possibly learn
[01:49:06.280 --> 01:49:12.440] this. And I say, look, it's not like the rules of procedure and the statutes are hidden under a
[01:49:12.440 --> 01:49:18.600] rock away from your awareness where you cannot find them. They're there. So is the case law.
[01:49:19.640 --> 01:49:25.480] So it's just a matter of doing your homework and putting your facts on the record and basically
[01:49:25.480 --> 01:49:32.040] saying, look, what they did is wrong. Here are the laws and cases that apply to that decision.
[01:49:32.680 --> 01:49:38.040] And you put it before the judge, you know, I did say earlier, quail warrant is one of those rare
[01:49:38.040 --> 01:49:44.840] actions that, you know, most people generally do not file. It's sort of arcane, really.
[01:49:46.040 --> 01:49:51.320] But out of the majority of quail warrant actions in Connecticut, usually what happens is the trial
[01:49:51.320 --> 01:49:58.200] court doesn't even understand what quail warrant is. So generally what has to happen is somebody
[01:49:58.200 --> 01:50:03.480] has to go to the appellate court and say, look, the trial court had no idea what this was and
[01:50:03.480 --> 01:50:10.360] they misapplied the law. And, you know, it was erroneous on the face of the record, the conclusions
[01:50:10.360 --> 01:50:17.160] they reached, they did not apply the law as they came to them. Fortunately, we laid out such a
[01:50:17.160 --> 01:50:25.000] comprehensive description of what quail warrant was and how it should operate. I mean, the hearing
[01:50:25.000 --> 01:50:31.400] on the motion for summary judgment lasted two and a half hours. And it was amazing to watch
[01:50:31.400 --> 01:50:38.200] the attorney from the other side just getting absolutely chewed out. Wonderful.
[01:50:40.520 --> 01:50:44.920] So I did call them out. I did basically say, look, here's what you're going to do.
[01:50:44.920 --> 01:50:49.880] You're going to lose this. You're going to file an appeal. That's why I filed the
[01:50:49.880 --> 01:50:53.800] motion to terminate your appellate stay, which they admitted in open court. They had no idea
[01:50:53.800 --> 01:50:59.080] what that was. The judge, of course, looked a little cross-eyed like, what do you mean? You
[01:50:59.080 --> 01:51:07.800] don't know what that is. You're an attorney. So they ended up not appealing. And they ended up
[01:51:07.800 --> 01:51:19.720] pretty much going, yep, they got us. So this should open the door to recoup the money the
[01:51:22.520 --> 01:51:27.320] county spent fighting this suit or the board spent fighting this suit
[01:51:28.920 --> 01:51:33.000] when the opposition to the suit was frivolous from the beginning.
[01:51:33.000 --> 01:51:41.000] The taxpayer shouldn't have to pay all this. I believe they had an insurance policy pay to
[01:51:41.000 --> 01:51:46.520] fight this because towns in Connecticut purchased insurance for these sort of things. And the way
[01:51:46.520 --> 01:51:51.960] I looked at it, this particular law firm to remain unnamed at this point based on what my
[01:51:51.960 --> 01:51:59.400] co-planet would like to do, they're known for defending municipalities and they usually win.
[01:51:59.400 --> 01:52:04.840] They're good. They needed a good thumping on occasion then.
[01:52:07.560 --> 01:52:09.320] We're very good. Do you have anything else for us?
[01:52:10.520 --> 01:52:16.440] Nope. I just wanted to call in and, you know, let you know that, hey, I want a cohort to suit.
[01:52:16.440 --> 01:52:20.440] That is great news because you've been talking about that for quite a while.
[01:52:21.480 --> 01:52:24.920] Okay. Thanks a lot, Dan. We've got one more caller.
[01:52:24.920 --> 01:52:30.040] We're going to go to Jeff in New Mexico.
[01:52:31.160 --> 01:52:31.800]  Hi, Randy.
[01:52:32.360 --> 01:52:33.480]  Hello, Mr. Jeff.
[01:52:34.920 --> 01:52:39.880] First of all, congrats to Dan. My gosh, Cuo Warnto, that's a tough one.
[01:52:40.920 --> 01:52:47.480] When we're doing joke mode, I'll call in with the Cuo Warnto case we took to the Supreme Court
[01:52:47.480 --> 01:52:51.960] here in the state. But that's another issue, another date. I have a quick question on barred
[01:52:51.960 --> 01:53:01.640] grievance in Texas. I'm on barred grievance.net and looking through the rules and I'm looking for
[01:53:01.640 --> 01:53:07.560] ways that the state bar is going to weasel out of the things they'd like to weasel out of.
[01:53:07.560 --> 01:53:13.560] And one thing I see on there is that they separate things between, there's a difference
[01:53:13.560 --> 01:53:18.920] between a complaint and what they call an inquiry. Is that the way that they're going to try and
[01:53:18.920 --> 01:53:23.400] classify everything as an inquiry so somehow it's not recorded?
[01:53:23.960 --> 01:53:25.080]  Of course they are.
[01:53:26.840 --> 01:53:28.440] Is that what's going to happen with an inquiry?
[01:53:29.400 --> 01:53:35.720] So the next step we need is to get the names of all of the malpractice insurance underwriters.
[01:53:35.720 --> 01:53:43.560] As a matter of fact, I need to put that on my list. And I'll talk to my programmer and we'll set up
[01:53:43.560 --> 01:53:52.840] a option that you can select to forward this complaint to all of the malpractice insurance
[01:53:52.840 --> 01:53:58.840] underwriters in the state. Now if you're finding that what always frustrates me is when
[01:53:59.560 --> 01:54:03.720] I'm not learning well enough, if I'm not doing it, I have no idea where to find that. Where would
[01:54:03.720 --> 01:54:10.440] I go to find it? Just do a search for malpractice insurance and you get somebody who sells malpractice
[01:54:10.440 --> 01:54:16.360] insurance and ask them who sells it for lawyers. You want somebody who doesn't sell it for lawyers.
[01:54:18.040 --> 01:54:24.920] I'd like to go to a company that sells it for doctors. And when they tell you they don't sell
[01:54:24.920 --> 01:54:30.120] it for lawyers and say, oh, do you have a list of who does or they should be able to tell you
[01:54:30.120 --> 01:54:35.960] where to find it. They've got to register somewhere. You're going to have an insurance
[01:54:35.960 --> 01:54:40.680] board that might be able to tell you. Okay, I'm going to have to do some homework on that and
[01:54:41.880 --> 01:54:46.600] pretty quickly because I'm working with that right now. The second part of this, if I can, is
[01:54:47.720 --> 01:54:53.880] Hold on, hold on. Are you using bargreevens.net? I'm trying to. It's not all the links are working,
[01:54:54.760 --> 01:55:00.440] but I'm getting the information off of there and following up. Take notes so I can fix the links.
[01:55:00.440 --> 01:55:08.040] Okay. Senator, I'll drop an email to you right quick. Yeah, good. Yeah, email it to me so we
[01:55:08.040 --> 01:55:13.400] can get those corrected. We still have to have an editor go over it. When I put it together,
[01:55:13.400 --> 01:55:20.600] I was in a hurry, so I have some typos and some grammaticals. And we will get that all worked
[01:55:20.600 --> 01:55:27.240] out, but I didn't want to hold it up for that reason. So quick as we could, we got it up.
[01:55:27.240 --> 01:55:35.240] It should have a New Mexico form on it. Well, actually, I'm working with Texas on this one,
[01:55:35.240 --> 01:55:39.480] so. Okay, definitely has a Texas form. That's the first one we did.
[01:55:41.720 --> 01:55:47.320] Follow up on that. I'm working. I'm a little bit frustrated because I'm not finding a way to have
[01:55:47.320 --> 01:55:56.840] fun like you do on this. Okay. Okay. Hold on. Texas. I have never had them treat one as an inquiry.
[01:55:58.280 --> 01:56:04.920] They do treat them as a complaint. That's terrific. Okay. Okay. Okay. And I will follow
[01:56:04.920 --> 01:56:11.720] that up and get back to you on what I've done there to just. Good. Good. Okay. You can expect
[01:56:11.720 --> 01:56:18.840] to get a letter from the bar saying we examined into your acquisition and find it does not rise to
[01:56:18.840 --> 01:56:26.040] the level of misconduct. Yeah. Yeah. That's if you accuse the lawyer of driving a bus loaded
[01:56:26.040 --> 01:56:33.720] babies over a cliff, they'll tell you does not rise to the level of misconduct makes no difference.
[01:56:34.760 --> 01:56:41.080] These guys are scoundrels. So that's why I want you to use our site because our site will save
[01:56:41.080 --> 01:56:49.080] that grievance in the name of the file will be the name of the lawyer. That's one of the links
[01:56:49.080 --> 01:56:54.760] is not working, but I'll get back to you on that. Okay. Okay. Good. What I'm thinking here is that
[01:56:54.760 --> 01:57:00.760] if they classify it as an inquiry instead of a complaint, then somehow it doesn't get and then
[01:57:00.760 --> 01:57:07.000] they burn those files. It doesn't ever go to insurance. That's why we need to look up insurance.
[01:57:07.000 --> 01:57:14.680] But it could well be that if they classify it as an inquiry and the lawyer doesn't notify the
[01:57:14.680 --> 01:57:23.000] insurance company and we do, they may well cancel this policy. Okay. I've got some work to do on
[01:57:23.000 --> 01:57:29.240] this one. On this attorney, I'm working with a private company that's actually a utility.
[01:57:29.240 --> 01:57:34.440] And I'm trying to have fun on this. I'm trying to figure out how to get a car baby involved
[01:57:34.440 --> 01:57:41.320] somewhere where we can start because I really do want to raise some grief on this for the company.
[01:57:42.280 --> 01:57:47.480] How can I cross that barrier and get the company to do something that is going to
[01:57:47.480 --> 01:57:52.200] touch a car baby or start a car baby? You talking about an insurance company?
[01:57:52.840 --> 01:57:58.360] No, no, I'm talking about the attorney for the company that I'm looking to deal with.
[01:57:58.360 --> 01:58:05.960] Oh, that's a little too general for me to be able to answer. I would need something more
[01:58:05.960 --> 01:58:12.040] specific to know how you're trying to set him up. And I'm afraid we're out of time.
[01:58:14.520 --> 01:58:21.320] Thank you. Call back tomorrow. This is Randy Kelton, Debbie Stevens, the root of Law Radio.
[01:58:21.320 --> 01:58:29.640] We will be back tomorrow night with our four hour info marathon. And I'm trying to get a
[01:58:29.640 --> 01:58:33.800] guest on if I can get him worked out. He's a specialist in securities. But if not,
[01:58:35.000 --> 01:58:40.920] we'll be on all night. The phones will be open. So give us a call. Thank you for listening and good night.
