[00:00.000 --> 00:07.000] The speed limit on most U.S. highways tops out at a whole home 75 miles an hour.
[00:07.000 --> 00:11.000] The Texas is opening a road that will be the fastest in the land.
[00:11.000 --> 00:16.000] I'm Dr. Cameron Albright, back with America's Highest Speed Road, next.
[00:16.000 --> 00:22.000] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:22.000 --> 00:27.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:27.000 --> 00:32.000] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[00:32.000 --> 00:35.000] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to.
[00:35.000 --> 00:42.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[00:42.000 --> 00:45.000] Start over with StartPage.
[00:45.000 --> 00:49.000] In Texas, they say, everything is bigger and better.
[00:49.000 --> 00:53.000] Well now, Texans can call themselves something else, faster.
[00:53.000 --> 00:59.000] That's because officials in the Lone Star state have upped the speed limit on a toll road between Austin and San Antonio.
[00:59.000 --> 01:04.000] They've raised it to 85 miles an hour, making it the speediest highway in the land.
[01:04.000 --> 01:10.000] That may have been dangerous 50 years ago when cars weren't capable of traveling at sustained high speeds.
[01:10.000 --> 01:16.000] But with today's superior engines, brakes, suspension systems, and tires, why not?
[01:16.000 --> 01:21.000] In fact, if this weren't a toll road, I'd say maybe they're putting the free back in freeway.
[01:21.000 --> 01:28.000] Yee-haw! I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:32.000 --> 01:37.000] Maryland motorists hated speed cameras so much they took it out on the cameras themselves.
[01:37.000 --> 01:41.000] The government solution? Add cameras to watch the cameras.
[01:41.000 --> 01:46.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with the People's Battle Against Surveillance Wear after this.
[01:46.000 --> 01:52.000] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:52.000 --> 01:57.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:57.000 --> 02:02.000] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[02:02.000 --> 02:08.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging onto. This message is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[02:08.000 --> 02:12.000] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[02:12.000 --> 02:15.000] Start over with StartPage.
[02:15.000 --> 02:19.000] Folks don't care for speed cameras in Prince George's County, Maryland.
[02:19.000 --> 02:22.000] How do I know? Well, citizens have done a number on six of them.
[02:22.000 --> 02:25.000] The first one was shot. The next flipped over.
[02:25.000 --> 02:28.000] A third had its legs cut off and a fourth got torched.
[02:28.000 --> 02:33.000] Imagine 30,000 bucks of government surveillance equipment up in smoke.
[02:33.000 --> 02:37.000] Then police had a thought. Why not have cameras watch the cameras?
[02:37.000 --> 02:43.000] The police chief who brainstormed that one assured citizens the new cameras were not a case of big brother.
[02:43.000 --> 02:47.000] Major Robert Liberati. No, I'm not making that name up.
[02:47.000 --> 02:51.000] He explained the state was simply trying to keep the public safe from themselves.
[02:51.000 --> 03:20.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[03:20.000 --> 03:27.000] Tell me what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do.
[03:27.000 --> 03:33.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you.
[03:33.000 --> 03:39.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you.
[03:39.000 --> 03:44.000] When you were eight and you had bad traits, you'd go to school and learn to go and then lose.
[03:44.000 --> 03:50.000] So why are you acting like a bloody fool if you get hot in your mouth just cool?
[03:50.000 --> 03:55.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you.
[03:55.000 --> 04:01.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what you're gonna do, what you're gonna do when they come for you.
[04:01.000 --> 04:04.000] You're chocolate on that one, you're chocolate on this one.
[04:04.000 --> 04:24.960] All right, bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you here on
[04:24.960 --> 04:27.240] the rule of law?
[04:27.240 --> 04:29.400] This is one of your hosts, Deborah Stevens.
[04:29.400 --> 04:37.240] I'm here with my esteemed co-host, Randy Kelton, and this is the Logos radio network
[04:37.240 --> 04:42.920] tonight is January 10th, 2013.
[04:42.920 --> 04:47.200] Now we have a very special guest for you tonight that I'm going to introduce in a moment, but
[04:47.200 --> 04:52.480] before we do, I also wanted to make mention, and I will continue to make mention throughout
[04:52.480 --> 05:00.440] the show, about some of the latest perks that we have going regarding the fundraiser.
[05:00.440 --> 05:04.200] Now as you know, one of our listeners, her name is Tracy Downs.
[05:04.200 --> 05:09.120] She's a very sweet lady, I'm very happy and honored and blessed to know her.
[05:09.120 --> 05:17.400] I met her at the Dr. Joel Wallach event here in town a couple of months ago back in November.
[05:17.400 --> 05:22.000] She's also a distributor for Purium Health products, and they have nothing to take away
[05:22.000 --> 05:25.120] from young Jevity folks, young Jevity is the best.
[05:25.120 --> 05:29.520] Purium also has health products, but they have slightly different kinds of health products.
[05:29.520 --> 05:34.360] They have like smoothie shakes and stuff like that with chlorella and spirulina algae and
[05:34.360 --> 05:38.640] rice bran protein powder and stuff like that.
[05:38.640 --> 05:47.480] Right now, you can for a $50 donation, if when you donate $50 to Logos radio network fundraiser,
[05:47.480 --> 05:53.240] you will receive a free $50 gift card for Purium Health products, so it's like a one
[05:53.240 --> 05:57.560] for one, you're not really losing anything, you can redeem that, and the details about
[05:57.560 --> 06:05.560] that are on the website, LogosRadioNetwork.com, or if you would rather, you can get a Hewlett-Packard
[06:05.560 --> 06:10.160] brand new Hewlett-Packard Litescribe DVD burner.
[06:10.160 --> 06:14.400] I looked them up on eBay, they're also about $50, worth about $50 brand new, these are
[06:14.400 --> 06:21.360] brand new, we had another listener whose son works in the IT department of a company that
[06:21.360 --> 06:25.760] bought a bunch of these Litescribe DVD burners, and they don't need them, they were going
[06:25.760 --> 06:32.600] to throw them away, and so his son grabbed them and asked them if he could donate them
[06:32.600 --> 06:38.120] to the fundraiser, and I said, you bet, and so folks, if you need a DVD burner for your
[06:38.120 --> 06:43.160] computer, these are excellent DVD burners, they're very highly rated, and the Litescribe
[06:43.160 --> 06:50.120] is a big bonus, for folks that don't know what that is, it's a printable CD, a printable
[06:50.120 --> 06:57.040] DVD, it's got kind of a plastic coating on it, and it works like with a heat impression.
[06:57.040 --> 07:06.280] Now I have here in the studio, I've got an inkjet printer that prints directly onto CDs
[07:06.280 --> 07:12.040] or DVDs, and I got this a long time ago, many years ago, when these things first came out,
[07:12.040 --> 07:17.640] it works well, but the problem with the inkjet printable CDs is that if they get wet or anything
[07:17.640 --> 07:21.440] moisture like that, it kind of pretty much messes them up and it takes a while to dry
[07:21.440 --> 07:26.200] and stuff like that, but with the Litescribe, it's a heat impression, and so it works really
[07:26.200 --> 07:32.280] well and it's not going to get ruined by moisture and that sort of thing, so I highly recommend
[07:32.280 --> 07:37.080] that if you need a CD burner, DVD burner for your computer, and you want to be able to
[07:37.080 --> 07:43.400] print on it and not have to worry about needing sharpies and this sort of thing, you can make
[07:43.400 --> 07:50.040] very professional looking CDs and DVDs, you can donate $50 to Logos Radio Network, get
[07:50.040 --> 07:57.720] your free Hewlett Packard Litescribe DVD burner, and also we have another listener, actually
[07:57.720 --> 08:02.520] someone who helps with the network now, he's our call screener, Larry Wiest, who is our
[08:02.520 --> 08:07.320] guest tonight, and we will be telling you a little bit more here shortly about what he's
[08:07.320 --> 08:08.600] going to talk about.
[08:08.600 --> 08:13.640] He has a Silver Lungs Generator, and for folks that listen to Alex Jones and listen to Genesis
[08:13.640 --> 08:19.600] Network, you probably already know all about the Silver Lungs Generator, it's a generator
[08:19.600 --> 08:28.640] that you can create colloidal or ionic silver, and for folks who donate $75 to the Logos Radio
[08:28.640 --> 08:35.040] Network fundraiser, Larry Wiest is going to give you for free a 32 ounce bottle of colloidal
[08:35.040 --> 08:37.800] silver or ionic silver.
[08:37.800 --> 08:42.040] Now folks, this is a screaming deal because it costs about $40 at the health food store
[08:42.040 --> 08:47.080] for a little 10 ounce bottle of colloidal, and I haven't even really seen ionic silver
[08:47.080 --> 08:50.920] in the health food store, you pretty much have to order that, so this is a screaming
[08:50.920 --> 08:58.000] deal, $75, you get a 32 ounce bottle of either colloidal silver or ionic silver.
[08:58.000 --> 09:02.960] Now if you want both, then you can donate $150, you will get both.
[09:02.960 --> 09:09.120] So those are some perks we got going, please see LogosRadioNetwork.com, look on the left,
[09:09.120 --> 09:15.880] you'll see there's a rectangle, a yellow rectangle, ice screen in gold, red, green, gold, red
[09:15.880 --> 09:21.520] and green font on the yellow background, gold background, and that gives you the information
[09:21.520 --> 09:26.360] about the free DVD burner, the free colloidal silver, free ionic silver, free gift card,
[09:26.360 --> 09:31.280] et cetera, et cetera, we're making a big push here as our fundraiser is coming to a close,
[09:31.280 --> 09:36.040] and so now we are going to go to our guest, the man who is giving away the colloidal silver
[09:36.040 --> 09:41.360] and the ionic silver, Mr. Larry Wiest, Mr. Larry Wiest has been working with us for a
[09:41.360 --> 09:48.840] while now, and actually he is a very strong advocate of the Second Amendment, and he knows
[09:48.840 --> 09:56.080] a lot about firearms and about firearms laws, and after talking with him over this past
[09:56.080 --> 10:01.800] week, he is very fired up over this gun issue, as I'm sure most of our listeners are, and
[10:01.800 --> 10:07.120] so after having some conversations and some set up work, I want to also announce that
[10:07.120 --> 10:11.800] Mr. Larry Wiest is our newest host on LogosRadioNetwork.
[10:11.800 --> 10:18.040] He is going to be doing his own show on firearms issues, Second Amendment issues, it's going
[10:18.040 --> 10:25.280] to be called Gun Control Live, L-I-V-E, Gun Control Live, and he's going to explain what
[10:25.280 --> 10:30.720] the meaning of the title of his show is, it's going to be on Saturdays from one to three
[10:30.720 --> 10:36.400] p.m. central time, and so with that, I would like to go to our guest, Mr. Larry Wiest.
[10:36.400 --> 10:37.800] Thank you for coming on tonight.
[10:37.800 --> 10:41.280] Thanks, Deborah, I appreciate it.
[10:41.280 --> 10:49.360] Well, just this whole issue that's going on with the gun control issue and with the shooting
[10:49.360 --> 10:54.520] that happened up in Connecticut recently, you know, the whole debate gets fired up.
[10:54.520 --> 10:58.280] Every time one of these shootings happen, and it gets fired up and people start talking
[10:58.280 --> 11:03.800] about, let's look, we've got to restrict guns, we've got to restrict people's rights, and
[11:03.800 --> 11:09.680] you know, I keep hearing on both sides, you know, the left always talks about we've got
[11:09.680 --> 11:14.760] to take, you know, pass more laws to take the guns away from criminals, as if these
[11:14.760 --> 11:20.800] criminals actually went and went through a background check and did the proper paperwork
[11:20.800 --> 11:29.720] to actually get a gun, but the media pushes this and then I hear on the right side, even
[11:29.720 --> 11:35.920] in the patriot networks, I keep hearing this term that always digs in my craw about this
[11:35.920 --> 11:44.920] whole thing, is they say they have no problem with a lawful gun owner out there, and I've
[11:44.920 --> 11:53.240] argued this point with people from the NRA in the past, because what the government says
[11:53.240 --> 12:02.360] a lawful gun owner is today, is somebody who can jump through all the hoots and not break
[12:02.360 --> 12:06.520] any of their laws that they put out there, which most of them are statutes and codes
[12:06.520 --> 12:13.080] and rules, and from listening to rule of law radio, there's tons of them out there and
[12:13.080 --> 12:16.200] everybody is breaking the law out there.
[12:16.200 --> 12:17.840] They just don't know it yet.
[12:17.840 --> 12:22.920] If you read through the statutes and you look at what's in the statutes, everybody's a law
[12:22.920 --> 12:23.920] breaker.
[12:23.920 --> 12:25.480] They just don't realize it yet.
[12:25.480 --> 12:32.760] So my deal is to try to get people to come back to what the true meaning of the Second
[12:32.760 --> 12:39.240] Amendment was, and I'm just going to read it here and see if anybody hears.
[12:39.240 --> 12:44.160] I know people that are listening to this show have heard it and read it many times over,
[12:44.160 --> 12:51.000] but see if you hear anything in there about restriction of gun rights to anybody.
[12:51.000 --> 12:52.320] So here it goes.
[12:52.320 --> 12:59.400] It's a well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, comma, the
[12:59.400 --> 13:04.600] right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
[13:04.600 --> 13:06.400] That's very clear.
[13:06.400 --> 13:11.920] Any gun laws that are out there on the books right now are an infringement of the Second
[13:11.920 --> 13:18.280] Amendment, and I wish this would be pushed more out there in the Patriot community and
[13:18.280 --> 13:25.280] in the conservative community, but they always want to talk about gun laws and reasonable
[13:25.280 --> 13:26.280] restrictions.
[13:26.280 --> 13:27.560] We've got to stop felons.
[13:27.560 --> 13:30.480] We've got to stop violent criminals from having guns.
[13:30.480 --> 13:37.520] Well, I've did a little bit of study back on gun laws in a timeline.
[13:37.520 --> 13:40.480] They've been trying to take the guns from the Americans.
[13:40.480 --> 13:46.920] They've been passing restrictive measures on Americans all the way back to, it started
[13:46.920 --> 13:54.920] in 1837, and Georgia, a southern state, actually passed a law banning handguns.
[13:54.920 --> 13:59.520] And of course, the Supreme Court immediately threw it down, said it was unconstitutional,
[13:59.520 --> 14:01.240] and they threw it out.
[14:01.240 --> 14:04.680] But then right after the Civil War, what's the first thing they did?
[14:04.680 --> 14:14.600] They passed laws refusing black people could not own a gun after the Civil War.
[14:14.600 --> 14:21.560] And restrictions on guns, people owning guns, it's always the argument of a tyrant or people
[14:21.560 --> 14:27.760] who want to control other people's lives to start talking about restricting people's
[14:27.760 --> 14:28.760] rights.
[14:28.760 --> 14:34.360] And this whole deal with the criminal background check, now this hits me personally.
[14:34.360 --> 14:44.280] And 20 years ago, literally over 20 years ago, I was convicted of a felony, burglary
[14:44.280 --> 14:45.280] of a vehicle.
[14:45.280 --> 14:49.600] I was convicted, now I'm a convicted felon.
[14:49.600 --> 14:53.080] I stole a pair of jumper tables when I was a kid.
[14:53.080 --> 14:57.240] I made a mistake, but I got convicted of it.
[14:57.240 --> 15:02.040] So now, 20 years later, here I've got a little boy, now I've been told by the federal government
[15:02.040 --> 15:04.920] that I don't have a right to own a gun anymore.
[15:04.920 --> 15:10.000] Okay, but thank God I live here in the great state of Texas, because they have laws on
[15:10.000 --> 15:15.160] the book that allows people who have been convicted of a felony at one time, if they
[15:15.160 --> 15:19.840] do their time, they do their sentence after they've completed their sentence, they can
[15:19.840 --> 15:22.880] own a gun again on their own property.
[15:22.880 --> 15:27.720] It's a law that Texas has, but the federal government doesn't honor that.
[15:27.720 --> 15:31.280] Now I've spoken to the ATF in the past and asked them.
[15:31.280 --> 15:38.040] They told me, because I had been convicted at one time, that my wife couldn't have a
[15:38.040 --> 15:39.040] gun in the house.
[15:39.040 --> 15:44.120] If she did, she had to keep it locked up in a safe and I was not allowed to go near it
[15:44.120 --> 15:47.720] or touch it, I wasn't allowed to touch any ammunition.
[15:47.720 --> 15:53.440] So all they've done is they figured out how to get the right, the left, and the center,
[15:53.440 --> 16:01.720] the people in the middle, the federal government, they figured out how to get to segment, to
[16:01.720 --> 16:09.440] take a group of people in our population, people who have made mistakes at one time
[16:09.440 --> 16:14.040] and made it so that they, they're trying to say that, look, you don't have any rights
[16:14.040 --> 16:15.040] anymore.
[16:15.040 --> 16:16.960] Okay, you got your right to your first amendment.
[16:16.960 --> 16:20.640] You have a right to the fourth amendment, the fifth amendment, but you don't have a
[16:20.640 --> 16:24.200] right to the second amendment anymore.
[16:24.200 --> 16:29.080] So they take and they segment out this group of the population and say, if you've ever
[16:29.080 --> 16:34.280] been convicted of a crime, you can't own a gun anymore, that you don't have a right
[16:34.280 --> 16:36.840] to self-protection anymore.
[16:36.840 --> 16:42.560] And so this is, this is one of the things, it hits personally with me at home because
[16:42.560 --> 16:44.640] I was, I guess we're going to break here.
[16:44.640 --> 16:50.200] Yeah, we're going to break here, but this is an incredible conversation, folks.
[16:50.200 --> 16:56.840] If you would like to call in and ask Larry something during the show, 512-646-1984,
[16:56.840 --> 16:57.840] we will be right back.
[16:57.840 --> 17:23.200] So here we go.
[17:23.200 --> 17:35.280] And we're all bringing tangy tangerine, tangy tangerine, tangy tangerine, we're all bringing

[19:00.520 --> 19:27.200] Okay, folks, we are back, this is the rule of law, Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah
[19:27.200 --> 19:28.200] Stevens.
[19:28.200 --> 19:33.800] We're here with our very special guest and the newest host on Logos Radio Network, Mr.
[19:33.800 --> 19:35.300] Larry Weest.
[19:35.300 --> 19:37.560] We're talking about gun issues tonight.
[19:37.560 --> 19:41.800] And Larry, you bring up a really good point about this felony issue.
[19:41.800 --> 19:50.000] This is another way that the feds are implementing gun control and taking people's guns away,
[19:50.000 --> 19:55.760] taking away their quote unquote right to own gun, which you can't take away a right.
[19:55.760 --> 19:57.520] You can only infringe upon it.
[19:57.520 --> 20:04.760] At any rate, the way that it works now in the court system, and Randy has always talked
[20:04.760 --> 20:11.020] about this with the conviction rate and the plea deals, they scare people into pleading.
[20:11.020 --> 20:15.800] So they'll charge people with bogus crimes for crimes they never committed, felony crimes,
[20:15.800 --> 20:22.400] and they scare them into pleading a deal even if they're completely innocent because
[20:22.400 --> 20:28.520] the prosecutor will say, look, you're never going to get acquitted by a jury, you're going
[20:28.520 --> 20:34.520] to get X amount of time in jail, you're going to be in trouble, you're going to spend all
[20:34.520 --> 20:39.320] this time in prison and not be away from your family and all this and that.
[20:39.320 --> 20:43.680] And so you may as well take the deal because it doesn't matter whether you're innocent
[20:43.680 --> 20:47.520] or not, it doesn't matter that you're innocent, you're still going to go to prison, so just
[20:47.520 --> 20:48.520] take the deal.
[20:48.520 --> 20:53.640] And so they scare people into taking a deal even though they're completely innocent.
[20:53.640 --> 20:57.360] And so then they have their right to bear arms and fringe upon.
[20:57.360 --> 21:02.600] So that is definitely a way that they are taking people's guns just with all these bogus
[21:02.600 --> 21:04.280] felony convictions.
[21:04.280 --> 21:10.520] And you bring up another good point about this felony issue where the feds say, no,
[21:10.520 --> 21:15.160] you can't touch it, you can't have it at all, blah, blah, blah, but the state of Texas has
[21:15.160 --> 21:18.880] a different law that directly conflicts with that.
[21:18.880 --> 21:25.760] So this is the principle of nullification where the feds have their law that says X,
[21:25.760 --> 21:29.160] and then the state says, you know what, we're not going to pay attention to that.
[21:29.160 --> 21:31.000] We have a different law in the books.
[21:31.000 --> 21:36.480] People can own firearms and have them on their own property even after they've been convicted
[21:36.480 --> 21:39.120] if they serve their time and all that.
[21:39.120 --> 21:43.600] And we were just discussing on the break, you know, why aren't the feds doing something
[21:43.600 --> 21:49.680] about this, why are they not storming the state of Texas, you know, for all these unlawful
[21:49.680 --> 21:54.640] gun owners that these felons, these convicted felons that have firearms.
[21:54.640 --> 22:01.400] Why isn't the ATF, you know, doing a dragnet or something, and the consensus was a unanimous
[22:01.400 --> 22:05.480] consensus on the break because we have guns.
[22:05.480 --> 22:09.000] So it's a self-answering question.
[22:09.000 --> 22:12.120] And so it really, people, it does work.
[22:12.120 --> 22:14.560] Doing firearms does work, but it's definitely a deterrent.
[22:14.560 --> 22:16.720] So anyway, Larry, please continue.
[22:16.720 --> 22:17.720] Okay.
[22:17.720 --> 22:20.840] Well, I'll tell you how I learned about this law.
[22:20.840 --> 22:27.440] And it's very interesting because about 10 years ago, I lived in Weatherford, and in
[22:27.440 --> 22:31.840] the country, and me and some friends, we were out shooting.
[22:31.840 --> 22:38.880] And we had quite a few guns there, you know, AR-15s, AK-47s.
[22:38.880 --> 22:42.240] We had just a multitude of guns there, and we were just shooting.
[22:42.240 --> 22:47.600] And somebody called the police out there, well, the sheriff shows up, and he comes out there
[22:47.600 --> 22:49.440] and he says, okay, what do y'all do?
[22:49.440 --> 22:50.440] What are y'all shooting at?
[22:50.440 --> 22:51.960] We tell him what we're shooting at.
[22:51.960 --> 22:53.200] He says, okay.
[22:53.200 --> 22:55.040] He says, is that what you're shooting?
[22:55.040 --> 22:57.320] We're like, yeah, that's what we're shooting.
[22:57.320 --> 23:01.760] He just looks at it, and then he goes, all right, well, I just need to run a check on
[23:01.760 --> 23:07.280] all y'all and make sure everything's all right as any of y'all forbidden from having
[23:07.280 --> 23:08.280] firearms.
[23:08.280 --> 23:13.880] And of course, every one of us there at some point in our life, at one time or another,
[23:13.880 --> 23:17.360] has been, quote, convicted of a felony.
[23:17.360 --> 23:20.600] And so he said, okay, well, how long has it been?
[23:20.600 --> 23:24.520] We all told him how long it had been, and he said, well, this is not going to affect
[23:24.520 --> 23:25.520] you.
[23:25.520 --> 23:30.840] Texas has a law that allows convicted felons to own firearms after completion of their
[23:30.840 --> 23:31.920] sentence.
[23:31.920 --> 23:34.840] So that's how I found out about the law.
[23:34.840 --> 23:43.600] Now, Texas does allow a felon to actually own and possess a firearm on their own property,
[23:43.600 --> 23:44.920] okay?
[23:44.920 --> 23:47.400] But they fixed it.
[23:47.400 --> 23:55.560] Now, this may be what they're going to do with the trying to close the gun show loophole.
[23:55.560 --> 24:00.480] If I go down, now I went down and tried to buy a gun on, quote, paperwork.
[24:00.480 --> 24:06.240] Now, when I look at this paperwork, I'm reading through all the reasons why you cannot buy
[24:06.240 --> 24:07.240] a gun.
[24:07.240 --> 24:08.400] So I'm reading through there.
[24:08.400 --> 24:16.760] It says, I mean, everything it says, drug convictions, violent crimes, if you've been
[24:16.760 --> 24:19.360] convicted of a felony.
[24:19.360 --> 24:24.840] And it says on there, if you've been convicted of a felony, as long as you haven't been
[24:24.840 --> 24:33.120] convicted of a drug crime or a sexual assault, rape, or violent crime, you could own a gun.
[24:33.120 --> 24:38.160] But then it has one more section that says, if you've been convicted of a felony that
[24:38.160 --> 24:45.720] could have carried more than one year in prison, even though the sentence was not imposed,
[24:45.720 --> 24:47.960] you still cannot own a gun.
[24:47.960 --> 24:50.840] So I went and looked it up.
[24:50.840 --> 24:55.920] Every conviction, a felony conviction in the state of Texas, every one carries more
[24:55.920 --> 24:57.920] than one year in prison.
[24:57.920 --> 25:00.920] Most people do a probation sentence.
[25:00.920 --> 25:06.320] They do a short one year, two year probation sentence, and they get off.
[25:06.320 --> 25:09.280] But every felony carries more than one year.
[25:09.280 --> 25:12.840] I think there was a state jail felony that carries one year.
[25:12.840 --> 25:19.840] But it says, yeah, well, maybe so, maybe so, but what they did.
[25:19.840 --> 25:23.720] So when I feel out this paperwork, I go ahead and try it.
[25:23.720 --> 25:28.600] I get a denial back from the FBI says, no, you can't.
[25:28.600 --> 25:36.080] So every gun dealer out there who is a FFL federal firearms license dealer would never
[25:36.080 --> 25:41.120] be able to sell me a gun, even though the state of Texas says I have the right to own
[25:41.120 --> 25:46.120] and possess a gun, I just can't buy it through the proper channels.
[25:46.120 --> 25:56.480] Now, I pulled up Texas's law, it's under the Texas Penal Code, 46.04, unlawful possession
[25:56.480 --> 25:57.480] of a firearm.
[25:57.480 --> 25:58.480] Now I'm going to read it.
[25:58.480 --> 26:03.680] It says, a person who has been convicted of a felony commits an offense if he possesses
[26:03.680 --> 26:10.600] a firearm, one, after conviction and before the fifth anniversary of the person's release
[26:10.600 --> 26:16.600] from confinement, following conviction of the felony or the person's release from supervision
[26:16.600 --> 26:23.960] under community supervision's parole or mandatory supervision, whichever date is later.
[26:23.960 --> 26:29.720] Right there, that tells you, that's what I found 10 years ago when the sheriff told
[26:29.720 --> 26:30.720] me that.
[26:30.720 --> 26:31.720] Okay.
[26:31.720 --> 26:37.360] At that point, I just thought I was owning a gun illegally, but I actually didn't.
[26:37.360 --> 26:42.240] And it took a sheriff, a Parker County sheriff, enlighten me on that.
[26:42.240 --> 26:46.360] And of course, back 10 years ago, the internet wasn't very readily available.
[26:46.360 --> 26:51.080] That sounds strange to kind of say that, but it was, it's true.
[26:51.080 --> 26:57.360] But that's my whole deal is I just want to get the change, they've changed the terminology
[26:57.360 --> 27:07.240] of things over the years so slightly to change people's minds in a great way.
[27:07.240 --> 27:09.480] I look at the way things are now.
[27:09.480 --> 27:14.400] I mean, with the Second Amendment, it's very clear, and I've argued this point many times
[27:14.400 --> 27:22.160] with many people on gun rights and gun control issues, is it specifically says, shall not
[27:22.160 --> 27:23.800] be infringed.
[27:23.800 --> 27:30.720] So any gun law out there, and which is amazing is talking to the people in the NRA when I
[27:30.720 --> 27:35.160] talked to them before, they agreed with me.
[27:35.160 --> 27:41.120] They agree with me that any gun laws were a violation of the Second Amendment, but they
[27:41.120 --> 27:43.000] have to go by with the federal government.
[27:43.000 --> 27:47.400] Now the federal government, what they've done is they've tricked everybody over the last
[27:47.400 --> 27:53.240] hundred years into getting licensed with the federal government to sell guns.
[27:53.240 --> 27:56.000] And you have to be licensed to own a gun.
[27:56.000 --> 28:00.280] You know, I walk around public all the time, and I talk to people about having a gun.
[28:00.280 --> 28:03.920] And the first thing they say to me, oh, I got to get a license to have a gun.
[28:03.920 --> 28:07.880] People today think you have to have a license.
[28:07.880 --> 28:13.240] They think you have to have a license to get a gun, to own a gun.
[28:13.240 --> 28:19.920] See, and that's what I'm talking about, they're changing the language ever so slightly.
[28:19.920 --> 28:25.640] Every minor changes in the language, but it changes people's minds in a great way over
[28:25.640 --> 28:28.320] time.
[28:28.320 --> 28:32.680] So anyway, that's kind of where I'm headed with this show.
[28:32.680 --> 28:38.680] I think if I can just get it out there and start changing people's mind, trying to change
[28:38.680 --> 28:44.480] their mind about what the Founding Fathers meant by the Second Amendment, what they meant.
[28:44.480 --> 28:46.920] They meant for everybody to be able to own a gun.
[28:46.920 --> 28:51.160] Now, I know I'm going to get people that are going to come in and say, well, what about
[28:51.160 --> 28:55.720] the rapists and the murderer and the child molester, they're going to give me the worst
[28:55.720 --> 28:59.720] case scenarios should that person own a gun?
[28:59.720 --> 29:05.200] If that person pays their debts to society, they serve their prison sentence.
[29:05.200 --> 29:10.640] They do what the system required, what the public elects our government officials to
[29:10.640 --> 29:11.640] do.
[29:11.640 --> 29:18.720] If they do that time, they should have the right.
[29:18.720 --> 29:25.120] If a rapist does something 20 plus years ago and he reforms himself and he gets married,
[29:25.120 --> 29:32.880] he has a family, and now because he was convicted of this 20 years ago, he no longer has a right
[29:32.880 --> 29:36.080] to defend his life and his family.
[29:36.080 --> 29:40.680] All right, listen, we're going to take some calls on the other side.
[29:40.680 --> 29:41.680] Well, no.
[29:41.680 --> 29:42.680] There's some callers.
[29:42.680 --> 29:43.680] They dropped off.
[29:43.680 --> 29:48.320] Folks, if you'd like to call in 512-646-1984, if you'd like to talk about the gun issue
[29:48.320 --> 29:53.680] or other issues, we're here with our guest, Larry Weest.
[29:53.680 --> 29:57.880] This is the rule of law show on the Logos Radio Network.
[29:57.880 --> 30:00.240] We'll be right back.
[30:00.240 --> 30:05.640] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11.
[30:05.640 --> 30:08.000] The government says that fire brought it down.
[30:08.000 --> 30:12.520] 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[30:12.520 --> 30:15.360] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[30:15.360 --> 30:18.160] 1,000 of my fellow first responders have died.
[30:18.160 --> 30:19.680] I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[30:19.680 --> 30:20.680] I'm a structural engineer.
[30:20.680 --> 30:22.000] I'm a New York City correction officer.
[30:22.000 --> 30:23.000] I'm an Air Force pilot.
[30:23.000 --> 30:24.640] I'm the father who lost his son.
[30:24.640 --> 30:27.240] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth.
[30:27.240 --> 30:30.800] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.

[31:00.320 --> 31:07.000] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the internet isn't so
[31:07.000 --> 31:09.840] easy, and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[31:09.840 --> 31:13.040] Oh, well I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[31:13.040 --> 31:14.040] Brave New Books?

[31:24.640 --> 31:27.560] There's no way a place like that exists.
[31:27.560 --> 31:29.040] Go check it out for yourself.
[31:29.040 --> 31:32.760] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT.
[31:32.760 --> 31:33.760] Oh, by UT?
[31:33.760 --> 31:36.680] There's never anywhere to park down there.
[31:36.680 --> 31:42.040] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking
[31:42.040 --> 31:44.040] facility just behind the bookstore.
[31:44.040 --> 31:47.960] It does exist, but when are they open?

[46:42.880 --> 47:10.880] Okay folks, we are back.
[47:10.880 --> 47:15.880] This is the rule of law, Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens, and for those of you
[47:15.880 --> 47:26.880] all out there that have questions about the gun issues, about being part of the contest to give away.
[47:26.880 --> 47:36.880] Now, I will say this, we have looked at different types of weapons and we were thinking about doing a 308 at first,
[47:36.880 --> 47:46.880] but we talked to several dealers and we looked online and I am familiar with this cheaper than dirt place and stuff like that for 308 ammo,
[47:46.880 --> 47:55.880] but the consensus among people who are in the know is that after this Sandy Hook thing,
[47:55.880 --> 48:00.880] it is getting more and more difficult to find ammo for 308.
[48:00.880 --> 48:07.880] And so that is why we decided to go with AR-15, even though it is not as high a caliber weapon.
[48:07.880 --> 48:14.880] Because when you are looking at what type of weapon to get, you have to take into consideration many different factors.
[48:14.880 --> 48:21.880] And one of the factors you have to take into consideration is, are you going to be able to get ammo for it?
[48:21.880 --> 48:30.880] Are you going to be able to get good quality ammo for it that is not going to be stored in a warehouse that is not climate controlled
[48:30.880 --> 48:34.880] and that may be corroded or damaged or something like that?
[48:34.880 --> 48:42.880] Or is the only ammo that is good quality ammo that is going to be available going to cost you $1.75 a round and stuff like that?
[48:42.880 --> 48:45.880] And so that is why we decided to go with the AR-15.
[48:45.880 --> 48:53.880] And folks, come on, any high caliber firearm like that, you are going to be fine.
[48:53.880 --> 48:56.880] You are going to be fine if you have to defend yourself.
[48:56.880 --> 48:59.880] So I hope folks will be happy with the AR-15.
[48:59.880 --> 49:02.880] If you wanted a 308, sorry.
[49:02.880 --> 49:07.880] We are doing the best we can here, but we did analyze a lot of situations.
[49:07.880 --> 49:12.880] 308s are also very difficult to come by right now.
[49:12.880 --> 49:16.880] Basically a lot of them are on, most of the good ones are on back order for like a year.
[49:16.880 --> 49:25.880] And so that is another consideration that you have to look at when you are trying to determine what type of firearm to get is,
[49:25.880 --> 49:27.880] how long are you going to have to wait to get one?
[49:27.880 --> 49:33.880] And are you going to be able to get a good quality one in the meantime or are you going to have to wait and is there going to be ammo available
[49:33.880 --> 49:38.880] or is there only going to be super expensive ammo available and things like that?
[49:38.880 --> 49:46.880] And so Larry, why don't you give us a little bit more information about why we decided to go with the Rock River?
[49:46.880 --> 49:48.880] And also that is another thing.
[49:48.880 --> 49:56.880] Some of these firearms manufacturers are cow-towing to the government and they are fear-mongering right now, but Rock River is not.
[49:56.880 --> 50:00.880] And so that was another reason why we decided to go with the Rock River AR-15.
[50:00.880 --> 50:08.880] Apparently you can't get a, if you wanted a Rock River 308 you would have to be on back order for like six, eight, nine months.
[50:08.880 --> 50:14.880] So that is why, this is some of the reasons why we wanted to make this decision to go with the AR-15.
[50:14.880 --> 50:21.880] But Larry, you want to fill us in some more about why we made the decision to go with the Rock River AR-15 instead of some of these 308s?
[50:21.880 --> 50:33.880] Well, yeah, the 223 round and the 76239 round are the most popular sold round in this country.
[50:33.880 --> 50:37.880] There's more rounds of that sold than any other round out there.
[50:37.880 --> 50:45.880] Now, for that point, I mean, the manufacturers are manufacturing that, plus our military buys up that round.
[50:45.880 --> 50:50.880] It's a 5.56 millimeter, which is the 223 round.
[50:50.880 --> 50:53.880] And our military's buying that round up.
[50:53.880 --> 50:58.880] The 308, it's not a very popular round except with hunters, mainly.
[50:58.880 --> 51:03.880] And there, I mean, I guess there are patriots out there buying the 308 round.
[51:03.880 --> 51:09.880] But, you know, most 308 rounds you're going to pay about around two bucks a round for them.
[51:09.880 --> 51:13.880] And most people want cheap ammo, especially with inflation nowadays.
[51:13.880 --> 51:18.880] They want something they can buy a lot of that still has a punch to it.
[51:18.880 --> 51:24.880] And that's the 223 round and the 76239 round do have a punch.
[51:24.880 --> 51:32.880] The 223 round is going to be more of like a 3,500 feet, 3,500 feet per second round.
[51:32.880 --> 51:45.880] Whereas the 76239, which is going to be your AK rounds, they're going to be more around 2,02200 feet per second.
[51:45.880 --> 51:50.880] Now, what is that, what difference does that make if you're the person trying to get out of the way of a bullet?
[51:50.880 --> 51:54.880] Either speed, you're going to get hit.
[51:54.880 --> 52:09.880] Okay, so if there's some type of a collapse in society in America where we plunge into like a road warrior situation, as Alex always says,
[52:09.880 --> 52:22.880] the 223 round and the 76239 are going to be easily accessible because most of the time other people that are getting killed or whatever,
[52:22.880 --> 52:24.880] they're going to have a lot of those rounds.
[52:24.880 --> 52:27.880] And so hopefully it never goes to that.
[52:27.880 --> 52:34.880] Yeah, I wanted to address some of these issues because I'm getting Skype chats upon Skype chats from people saying,
[52:34.880 --> 52:39.880] I can get 308 ammo right now. Why aren't you guys giving away a 308? What are you all talking about?
[52:39.880 --> 52:44.880] So yeah, these are folks, we didn't make this decision lightly, okay?
[52:44.880 --> 52:49.880] So Larry, please continue. I mean, this road warrior situation is a valid concern.
[52:49.880 --> 52:55.880] I mean, you have to look at worst case scenario and the 308 rounds are just not as popular.
[52:55.880 --> 53:02.880] A style of gun, there's just not as much of it made. It is a more expensive ground.
[53:02.880 --> 53:05.880] And so Larry, please continue.
[53:05.880 --> 53:10.880] Well, you know, we're not saying that the 308 rounds are not out there. I mean, they're still everywhere.
[53:10.880 --> 53:13.880] You can probably go down here to Walmart, but it's price.
[53:13.880 --> 53:23.880] And a lot of people today, I mean, with the economy the way it is, and it ain't getting any better, they're watching their money.
[53:23.880 --> 53:33.880] So if they're trying to buy PrEP, they're trying to buy the PrEPs for a just in case scenario, and they're trying to buy ammunition,
[53:33.880 --> 53:43.880] a box of 7.62.39 is going to run you around $6.00 or 308 rounds. It's going to probably cost you about, you know, 50 bucks, you know?
[53:43.880 --> 53:49.880] And it's going to be a 20-round box, same as the 7.62.39, but it's like $6.00.
[53:49.880 --> 53:57.880] And if you're going to do any kind of practice shooting, you know, sharpening your shooting skills,
[53:57.880 --> 54:02.880] you're not going to want to be firing 308s out there all the time. That's just my opinion.
[54:02.880 --> 54:09.880] Now, other people may say, no, I buy 308s all the time, and if you buy them in bulk, you know, you can get a better deal on them.
[54:09.880 --> 54:17.880] Yeah, you can, but a lot of people don't have $600, $700 to buy 500 rounds of 308s.
[54:17.880 --> 54:21.880] You know, they're just going buying a couple of boxes to go shooting this weekend.
[54:21.880 --> 54:27.880] So they can go buy some 223 rounds or some AK-47, you know, 7.62.39 rounds.
[54:27.880 --> 54:36.880] They're going to go buy them because they can buy, you know, 100 rounds for about 30 bucks versus the 308 is going to be more expensive.
[54:36.880 --> 54:42.880] Does that mean that I'm down on the 308? No, I'd love to have 308 too.
[54:42.880 --> 54:49.880] But, you know, that's just a matter of what's in your bank account and how much money you've got to spend on that.
[54:49.880 --> 55:01.880] And for a person out here who's, most of the time, the poor people have trouble getting the weapons, these higher caliber weapons.
[55:01.880 --> 55:09.880] And so it's going to be difficult for them to spend that kind of money or to stock up on any ammunition.
[55:09.880 --> 55:24.880] We're looking at a real possibility of, you know, Obama may sign this executive order to restrict the sale or manufacture or importation of these, quote, assault weapons bans.
[55:24.880 --> 55:32.880] He may sign that and, you know, it may not happen right away, but they'll in run.
[55:32.880 --> 55:38.880] They'll in run around these companies and they'll start penalizing the companies who produce or sell this stuff.
[55:38.880 --> 55:42.880] And to stop it from getting to the public.
[55:42.880 --> 55:52.880] So the poor people, the people don't have a lot of money to spend and they're trying to get ammunition and guns now.
[55:52.880 --> 55:57.880] They're looking for something that's more economical for them that still has a punch.
[55:57.880 --> 56:06.880] Hey, even a 22, you know, more people are, quote, killed with a 22 round than any other gun in the country.
[56:06.880 --> 56:13.880] And it's just because 22 is a very popular gun and it has been an ammunition.
[56:13.880 --> 56:18.880] You can get a box of 550 rounds for about 10 bucks.
[56:18.880 --> 56:31.880] So, you know, if you don't, if you don't have a lot of money and you can't afford the 308, even if somebody is giving, if we gave away a 308 rifle, you know, if we gave that away, that'd be great.
[56:31.880 --> 56:44.880] If somebody won this, who makes, you know, $15,000 a year, they're probably going to sell the gun because they're not going to be able to afford to buy ammunition for it.
[56:44.880 --> 56:55.880] Okay. They're just not going to be able to buy it and go out and learn to use the gun and become proficient in using that gun for self-defense.
[56:55.880 --> 57:01.880] So that's just my opinion on it. That doesn't mean it's 100% right or everybody should believe that way.
[57:01.880 --> 57:07.880] My specific thing is to get people to change their thinking about what the Second Amendment is.
[57:07.880 --> 57:20.880] And I want to carry, when I start doing this show, I want to do talk about guns and the different calibers and what's the better buy and what's the better deal for somebody who's on a budget
[57:20.880 --> 57:27.880] versus, you know, somebody who's not on a budget and who's got all kinds of money to spend and there's still plenty of those people out there.
[57:27.880 --> 57:30.880] I'm not. I'm not one of them.
[57:30.880 --> 57:43.880] Right. And, you know, I'll tell you, it's like no good deed goes unpunished. I'll promise you that because I am just getting so many skype chats from people criticizing me
[57:43.880 --> 57:51.880] and telling me that this is ridiculous and that I should be doing a 308 instead of an AR-15 and that what is it?
[57:51.880 --> 58:01.880] These type of 7.62 by 39 ammo rounds, 90% of them out there are corrosive surplus.
[58:01.880 --> 58:05.880] I don't know about that. Larry, would you give your comment on that, please?
[58:05.880 --> 58:13.880] Are 90% of the ammo available in that caliber strictly corroded surplus?
[58:13.880 --> 58:16.880] I would like to know where they're getting those stats from.
[58:16.880 --> 58:20.880] I would too. I would too. But anyway, so no good deed goes unpunished folks.
[58:20.880 --> 58:24.880] I'm getting nothing but criticism for giving away an AR-15 instead of a 308.
[58:24.880 --> 58:30.880] But for folks out there who are excited about this, we would appreciate your support.
[58:30.880 --> 58:35.880] We are heading into break now. This is the rule of law radio show.
[58:35.880 --> 58:39.880] I'll tell you, it is really something else.
[58:39.880 --> 59:08.880] Be in me, be in Randy and Larry. We'll be right back on the other side. We're going to take your calls.
[59:08.880 --> 59:12.880] First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate.

[01:00:02.880 --> 01:00:08.880] It took a very special brain to devise a theory of relativity, but was Albert Einstein born super smart?
[01:00:08.880 --> 01:00:15.880] I've got your Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back with details on new discoveries into the famous physicist's brain in a moment.
[01:00:38.880 --> 01:00:53.880] Albert Einstein had one of the greatest minds in history, but was he just born brainy or did thinking about physics cause his brain to expand?
[01:00:53.880 --> 01:00:57.880] Newly discovered photographs of Einstein's brain may hold the answer.
[01:00:57.880 --> 01:01:02.880] It appears the great physicist did indeed have something special between his ears.
[01:01:02.880 --> 01:01:11.880] Einstein's brain has folds rarely seen in other brains plus an enlarged prefrontal cortex where people imagine events and simulate their consequences.
[01:01:11.880 --> 01:01:20.880] Researchers don't yet know how these differences affected Einstein's remarkable IQ, but one thing's for sure, smarts had little to do with size.
[01:01:20.880 --> 01:01:24.880] Einstein's brain was average sized, relatively speaking that is.
[01:01:24.880 --> 01:01:31.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:01:31.880 --> 01:01:35.880] Do you get jittery without your cell phone or iPod?
[01:01:35.880 --> 01:01:39.880] If so, you may be suffering from what scientists now call gadget withdrawal.
[01:01:39.880 --> 01:01:46.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with details on a study into information deprivation disorder next.
[01:01:46.880 --> 01:01:52.880] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:01:52.880 --> 01:01:57.880] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:01:57.880 --> 01:02:02.880] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[01:02:02.880 --> 01:02:12.880] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:02:12.880 --> 01:02:15.880] Start over with StartPage.
[01:02:15.880 --> 01:02:23.880] As parents know, trying to keep a teenager off their computer or cell phone can result in a tantrum, but is it more than just petulance?
[01:02:23.880 --> 01:02:32.880] A new study suggests young people may actually be experiencing gadget withdrawal, something akin to what drug addicts experience when they go cold turkey.
[01:02:32.880 --> 01:02:39.880] Researchers had young people turn off cell phones, social networking, the Internet, and TV for 24 hours and keep a diary.
[01:02:39.880 --> 01:02:47.880] 20% described overwhelming cravings, 11% isolation, and 10% confusion and even deep depression.
[01:02:47.880 --> 01:02:53.880] Digitized minds constantly scanning for a fix? Maybe it's time we pulled the plug on that smartphone.
[01:02:53.880 --> 01:03:01.880] I'm Dr. Katherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:03:01.880 --> 01:03:12.880] Looking for some truth? You found it. LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:03:12.880 --> 01:03:27.880] Okay, folks, we are back. What a lively show.
[01:03:27.880 --> 01:03:33.880] I'll tell you, it's taken a turn that I certainly wasn't expecting, but it is entertaining, infotainment.
[01:03:33.880 --> 01:03:37.880] How dare I give away an AR-15? How dare I?
[01:03:37.880 --> 01:03:45.880] Larry, how dare I, Randy, when I should have given away a 308? Oh my God, shame on me. What a horrible person I am.
[01:03:45.880 --> 01:03:58.880] Anyways, folks, if you don't want it, if you win the prize, if you win the contest and you don't want it, you don't have to take it.
[01:03:58.880 --> 01:04:04.880] You could abdicate your prize to a different listener, but here's one thing that you cannot do.
[01:04:04.880 --> 01:04:09.880] You can't sell it for at least a year. That was one thing that I did want to mention.
[01:04:09.880 --> 01:04:17.880] This is the time to mention it for somebody who might win the AR-15 and they have a sour grapes attitude about it.
[01:04:17.880 --> 01:04:27.880] You won't be able to sell it because you cannot buy a firearm or acquire a firearm for free
[01:04:27.880 --> 01:04:35.880] and then turn around and sell it for profit within one year unless you have a federal firearms license.
[01:04:35.880 --> 01:04:37.880] I did want to address that.
[01:04:37.880 --> 01:04:46.880] Larry, you were talking about on the break something about this controversy of, well, yeah, the 308 will shoot through certain kinds of armor
[01:04:46.880 --> 01:04:53.880] and the AR won't. Then there's the other issues about the caliber.
[01:04:53.880 --> 01:05:00.880] It would be easier to obtain because there's a lot more of it around in the case of an economic collapse or something like that.
[01:05:00.880 --> 01:05:12.880] Larry, you made the point of just who are these guys thinking about shooting at anyway with a kind of armor that would be able to block a 223 round?
[01:05:12.880 --> 01:05:18.880] Only the military and people that have access to military equipment are going to be able to get that.
[01:05:18.880 --> 01:05:25.880] Folks, if you're getting stormed by the military with armor that a 223 round is not going to penetrate,
[01:05:25.880 --> 01:05:32.880] it ain't going to matter if you have a 308 because they are going to bomb your house if they're after you that bad.
[01:05:32.880 --> 01:05:35.880] Larry, do you want to address some of these issues?
[01:05:35.880 --> 01:05:37.880] They're going to go after you with drones.
[01:05:37.880 --> 01:05:39.880] They're not going to waste manpower.
[01:05:39.880 --> 01:05:48.880] Even at that, a 308 round, what's the point of shooting through armor?
[01:05:48.880 --> 01:05:54.880] Are you going to be challenging some of these police and military with their six-wheel tank?
[01:05:54.880 --> 01:05:57.880] Wait a minute. I have a complaint.
[01:05:57.880 --> 01:05:58.880] What?
[01:05:58.880 --> 01:06:01.880] Why aren't we giving away a howitzer?
[01:06:01.880 --> 01:06:09.880] Let's just give away an M1 Abrams tank.
[01:06:09.880 --> 01:06:24.880] Okay, listen, if you get a 308 or you get a 223 or a 762, 39, an AK-47 or a 22,
[01:06:24.880 --> 01:06:36.880] the person that you shoot at and if you shoot them, they're not going to run up and complain that you shot them with a 223 and not a 308.
[01:06:36.880 --> 01:06:38.880] They're not going to care.
[01:06:38.880 --> 01:06:46.880] If you got a pellet gun, nobody wants to get shot by anything, period.
[01:06:46.880 --> 01:06:48.880] It doesn't matter.
[01:06:48.880 --> 01:06:55.880] So the 308, yes, it's an excellent round. It's an excellent gun.
[01:06:55.880 --> 01:06:57.880] I would love to have one.
[01:06:57.880 --> 01:07:11.880] But as far as if that's going to be a weapon that I may be considering using to fight in a road warrior situation, probably not.
[01:07:11.880 --> 01:07:21.880] I'm probably going to be more focused on a gun that's quieter, like a 22, and trying to hide.
[01:07:21.880 --> 01:07:24.880] I want to avoid conflicts with the police and military.
[01:07:24.880 --> 01:07:26.880] I don't want to fight them.
[01:07:26.880 --> 01:07:27.880] I want to avoid them.
[01:07:27.880 --> 01:07:29.880] The part that here's the deal.
[01:07:29.880 --> 01:07:39.880] If there's a collapse, if there is a collapse, like they are saying, that's going to happen, your problem isn't going to be the police and military.
[01:07:39.880 --> 01:07:45.880] Your problem is going to be the looters who are going to ransack this country.
[01:07:45.880 --> 01:07:47.880] That's what you've got to defend yourself.
[01:07:47.880 --> 01:07:49.880] And they're not going to have armor.
[01:07:49.880 --> 01:07:59.880] All they're going to have is AK-47s and SKSs and AR-15s.
[01:07:59.880 --> 01:08:03.880] They're not going to be running around shooting 308s.
[01:08:03.880 --> 01:08:06.880] And if they do, they're not going to have that many rounds.
[01:08:06.880 --> 01:08:09.880] 308s are a heavy round, too.
[01:08:09.880 --> 01:08:13.880] You can't carry a whole lot of rounds on it.
[01:08:13.880 --> 01:08:18.880] That was the other thing that I was going to mention about the number of rounds.
[01:08:18.880 --> 01:08:29.880] Most 308s, the magazines don't hold as many rounds, but with the Rock River, with an AR-15, their magazines hold like 20 to 30 rounds.
[01:08:29.880 --> 01:08:33.880] That's also a consideration.
[01:08:33.880 --> 01:08:34.880] Go ahead, Larry.
[01:08:34.880 --> 01:08:38.880] We should have said we're going to give a brownie and automatic rifle.
[01:08:38.880 --> 01:08:40.880] They should have 30 hot fucks rounds.
[01:08:40.880 --> 01:08:42.880] I mean, full auto.
[01:08:42.880 --> 01:08:46.880] Let's go see what our colleagues have to say.
[01:08:46.880 --> 01:08:47.880] Let's see what the colleagues have to say.
[01:08:47.880 --> 01:08:49.880] Bill from Texas has a comment.
[01:08:49.880 --> 01:08:51.880] And then we've got Andre and Ron.
[01:08:51.880 --> 01:08:56.880] And again, for folks out there that say they can get ammo for 308s, we never said that the ammo wasn't available.
[01:08:56.880 --> 01:08:59.880] We're just talking about, I think we've explained ourselves.
[01:08:59.880 --> 01:09:07.880] Larry's explained it. Bill, what are your comments about our gun giveaway and any other Second Amendment issues you may have?
[01:09:07.880 --> 01:09:16.880] I think what you're hearing there is a bunch of wishy-washy people that really don't know what they're talking about and don't appreciate what you're offering.
[01:09:16.880 --> 01:09:23.880] In any type of urban engagement, you're going to want a midsize caliber round, like a.223 or.762.
[01:09:23.880 --> 01:09:33.880] You really don't need anything more than that because the odds of you engaging somebody over 100 and humping the yard for personal defense purposes are pretty nil to none.
[01:09:33.880 --> 01:09:36.880] Even in, like, unless you're in Iraq.
[01:09:36.880 --> 01:09:43.880] Yeah, a.308 is for the most part a hunting rifle, and they are accurate up to 1,500 yards.
[01:09:43.880 --> 01:09:59.880] And yes, the accuracy on a.223 or AR-15 is much less, but like Bill's saying, unless you're planning on being a sniper or something and picking off people at 1,000 yards, 1,500 yards away,
[01:09:59.880 --> 01:10:03.880] I mean, or penetrating military armor, what's the big deal?
[01:10:03.880 --> 01:10:05.880] Go ahead, Randy.
[01:10:05.880 --> 01:10:15.880] Anybody who's ever been in combat knows when you're in combat, you don't take your weapon and draw yourself a bead and squeeze off the round.
[01:10:15.880 --> 01:10:22.880] You stick the weapon up there and you unload a clip and hope they don't shoot you while you're doing it.
[01:10:22.880 --> 01:10:26.880] And I hope you get enough out there to hit somebody with it.
[01:10:26.880 --> 01:10:29.880] It's not like in the movies.
[01:10:29.880 --> 01:10:36.880] You don't have many heroes in combat because most of them are laying out there dead.
[01:10:36.880 --> 01:10:38.880] Hey, Randy, let me out there.
[01:10:38.880 --> 01:10:42.880] You need a light weapon. You need a light weapon that'll take down combat.
[01:10:42.880 --> 01:10:49.880] You do not want a big, powerful weapon, knock a hole in someone because I'll induce a bunch of holes in them.
[01:10:49.880 --> 01:10:55.880] And then you may have killed them, but if you didn't knock them down, they're not going to know you killed them yet.
[01:10:55.880 --> 01:11:00.880] And whatever they were doing, when you put the hole in them, they're going to do that until they die.
[01:11:00.880 --> 01:11:04.880] I had that experience myself once and it is terrifying.
[01:11:04.880 --> 01:11:05.880] I bet it is.
[01:11:05.880 --> 01:11:07.880] So, Randy, Randy, Randy.
[01:11:07.880 --> 01:11:08.880] Yes.
[01:11:08.880 --> 01:11:18.880] Okay, does not, or is it not true that most combat situations happen within 50 feet of each other?
[01:11:18.880 --> 01:11:19.880] Exactly.
[01:11:19.880 --> 01:11:23.880] You don't, nobody in a right mind shoots at someone further.
[01:11:23.880 --> 01:11:25.880] You want to get close.
[01:11:25.880 --> 01:11:27.880] If you're going to fire, you want to take him down.
[01:11:27.880 --> 01:11:29.880] You want to take him down quick.
[01:11:29.880 --> 01:11:36.880] And mostly, especially if you're talking urban, you're not going to be at any distances at all,
[01:11:36.880 --> 01:11:39.880] especially not something you'd need a deer rifle for.
[01:11:39.880 --> 01:11:41.880] Okay, I think Bill was trying to say something.
[01:11:41.880 --> 01:11:42.880] Go ahead, Bill.
[01:11:42.880 --> 01:11:46.880] The last thing you want to do is engage anybody directly.
[01:11:46.880 --> 01:11:50.880] I mean, a personal defense weapon should be used as your last resort.
[01:11:50.880 --> 01:11:56.880] So, you know, the thing you want to do is use your weapon in the last ditch.
[01:11:56.880 --> 01:12:01.880] You want to try to evade as much trouble as possible because once you start opening up fire on people,
[01:12:01.880 --> 01:12:04.880] all you're going to do is draw more and more attention to yourself.
[01:12:04.880 --> 01:12:05.880] Absolutely.
[01:12:05.880 --> 01:12:12.880] And I want to make a point also about personal and home defense for people that live in densely populated urban areas.
[01:12:12.880 --> 01:12:20.880] You don't really want to use something like an AR-15 for home defense against a burglar in a dark house
[01:12:20.880 --> 01:12:23.880] because if you miss, you're going to kill your neighbor.
[01:12:23.880 --> 01:12:25.880] You could kill your neighbor.
[01:12:25.880 --> 01:12:32.880] So, you know, I would recommend and what's been recommended to me is a shotgun.
[01:12:32.880 --> 01:12:38.880] Okay, you get a short barreled shotgun for home defense because if you're looking at having to defend your life
[01:12:38.880 --> 01:12:44.880] in your own home through an intruder and especially in a dark situation and you're nervous,
[01:12:44.880 --> 01:12:47.880] you want to be able to just point in a general direction and pull the trigger
[01:12:47.880 --> 01:12:53.880] and know that you are going to successfully defend yourself and take that person down.
[01:12:53.880 --> 01:12:55.880] And I mean, you put them down on the ground.
[01:12:55.880 --> 01:12:58.880] Like Randy says, you don't just shoot right through them and then they keep it coming
[01:12:58.880 --> 01:13:00.880] because they don't know they're dead yet.
[01:13:00.880 --> 01:13:05.880] And the pellets will, you know, they may pass through a few walls,
[01:13:05.880 --> 01:13:07.880] but it's not going to kill your neighbor.
[01:13:07.880 --> 01:13:11.880] And so when you're looking at having to defend yourself with something like an AR-15,
[01:13:11.880 --> 01:13:16.880] you're looking at a different type of situation than home defense.
[01:13:16.880 --> 01:13:17.880] Okay.
[01:13:17.880 --> 01:13:21.880] Hey, let me, I'm going to tell you a short story here.
[01:13:21.880 --> 01:13:25.880] Somebody I know personally, House was broken into here recently.
[01:13:25.880 --> 01:13:28.880] The guy broke in in the middle of the night.
[01:13:28.880 --> 01:13:33.880] She come out, she has a high point, 380.
[01:13:33.880 --> 01:13:37.880] She comes out, she starts shooting.
[01:13:37.880 --> 01:13:41.880] She doesn't, she can only see, you know, the silhouette of this guy.
[01:13:41.880 --> 01:13:42.880] She starts shooting.
[01:13:42.880 --> 01:13:45.880] She hits the guy, but she doesn't know she hits it.
[01:13:45.880 --> 01:13:46.880] Okay.
[01:13:46.880 --> 01:13:49.880] Well, she's shooting and the guy runs out the door, slant.
[01:13:49.880 --> 01:13:51.880] He comes in through, he kicks in their front door.
[01:13:51.880 --> 01:13:53.880] He runs out the door.
[01:13:53.880 --> 01:13:54.880] Okay.
[01:13:54.880 --> 01:13:55.880] And he shuts the doors.
[01:13:55.880 --> 01:13:56.880] He's going out of it.
[01:13:56.880 --> 01:13:57.880] She's still firing.
[01:13:57.880 --> 01:13:58.880] Okay.
[01:13:58.880 --> 01:14:01.880] After everything cleared, the next day they look.
[01:14:01.880 --> 01:14:04.880] They have one of those steel plated doors.
[01:14:04.880 --> 01:14:05.880] Okay.
[01:14:05.880 --> 01:14:07.880] You know, it's got the steel on both sides.
[01:14:07.880 --> 01:14:09.880] That's the fire door.
[01:14:09.880 --> 01:14:10.880] Yeah.
[01:14:10.880 --> 01:14:14.880] The bullet had went clean through that door.
[01:14:14.880 --> 01:14:15.880] No problem.
[01:14:15.880 --> 01:14:16.880] Okay.
[01:14:16.880 --> 01:14:23.880] That's a little 380 with just a full metal jacket round in there.
[01:14:23.880 --> 01:14:24.880] And it went right through it.
[01:14:24.880 --> 01:14:28.880] Now, if it'll go through that metal door, you start firing in a neighborhood.
[01:14:28.880 --> 01:14:29.880] You got family.
[01:14:29.880 --> 01:14:30.880] You got kids.
[01:14:30.880 --> 01:14:37.880] You start firing an AK-47, a high-powered rifle in a neighborhood.
[01:14:37.880 --> 01:14:43.880] If you miss your intended target and it goes to somebody else, you might kill that person
[01:14:43.880 --> 01:14:45.880] in that house.
[01:14:45.880 --> 01:14:47.880] You've got to be careful.
[01:14:47.880 --> 01:14:52.880] I have a Chicago street story about that.
[01:14:52.880 --> 01:14:53.880] Wait, hold on.
[01:14:53.880 --> 01:14:54.880] Hold on, Randy.
[01:14:54.880 --> 01:14:55.880] Bill was talking.
[01:14:55.880 --> 01:14:56.880] I don't know.
[01:14:56.880 --> 01:14:57.880] Maybe you didn't hear him.
[01:14:57.880 --> 01:14:59.880] Bill, go ahead first and then Randy can tell us.
[01:14:59.880 --> 01:15:03.880] People need to realize, you know, if they don't understand, you know, the ballistics of the
[01:15:03.880 --> 01:15:09.880] gun they're shooting, they need to go to a gun range and go through training and go through
[01:15:09.880 --> 01:15:14.880] a class and learn about what their firearm is capable of.
[01:15:14.880 --> 01:15:18.880] And also understand that every round that comes out of the barrel of that gun, you are
[01:15:18.880 --> 01:15:20.880] responsible for.
[01:15:20.880 --> 01:15:24.880] As a responsible gun owner, just remember, when you pull that trigger, you're responsible
[01:15:24.880 --> 01:15:29.880] for whatever that comes out of the barrel and wherever it goes.
[01:15:29.880 --> 01:15:32.880] Yes, I was in Chicago.
[01:15:32.880 --> 01:15:35.880] This wasn't long after I got out of Vietnam.
[01:15:35.880 --> 01:15:37.880] And I was doing some welding.
[01:15:37.880 --> 01:15:43.880] So I had a hood on and the welder makes, you know, the arc makes quite a bit of noise.
[01:15:43.880 --> 01:15:47.880] And I started hearing this muffled boom, boom, boom.
[01:15:47.880 --> 01:15:50.880] It sounded like paint cans blowing up.
[01:15:50.880 --> 01:15:55.880] And I flipped my hood up and looked around and I thought maybe I'd got a fire in the shop
[01:15:55.880 --> 01:15:56.880] and I hadn't.
[01:15:56.880 --> 01:16:01.880] And I looked out the back door of my shop and it was just a 13-foot alleyway.
[01:16:01.880 --> 01:16:07.880] And there's a plain close policeman that I had recognized from around the neighborhood.
[01:16:07.880 --> 01:16:13.880] He's standing here with his.357 in his hand and he's holding it pointed straight up and he says,
[01:16:13.880 --> 01:16:20.880] that's okay, Poncell, I'll get you next time.
[01:16:20.880 --> 01:16:22.880] I came out there and come unglued on this guy.
[01:16:22.880 --> 01:16:24.880] He is in Chicago.
[01:16:24.880 --> 01:16:27.880] 10,000 people per square block.
[01:16:27.880 --> 01:16:31.880] The square block is an eighth of a mile by a quarter of a mile.
[01:16:31.880 --> 01:16:39.880] 10,000 people and he's out there banging away with the.357 and can't hit the guy.
[01:16:39.880 --> 01:16:43.880] I was absolutely livid.
[01:16:43.880 --> 01:16:45.880] They're trying to calm me down and I am not calming down.
[01:16:45.880 --> 01:16:47.880] Like I said, shotgun for home defense.
[01:16:47.880 --> 01:16:48.880] Go ahead, Randy.
[01:16:48.880 --> 01:16:50.880] Okay, this is Randy Kelk.
[01:16:50.880 --> 01:16:52.880] They're from the Craig Rule Law Radio.

[01:18:33.880 --> 01:18:39.880] Take a moment now and think if you have a little drink.

[01:19:00.880 --> 01:19:15.880] This is The Logos Radio Network.
[01:19:15.880 --> 01:19:20.880] Ain't gonna blind me.
[01:19:20.880 --> 01:19:27.880] Don't fool me.
[01:19:27.880 --> 01:19:35.880] Ain't gonna fool me with that same old kid again.
[01:19:35.880 --> 01:19:38.880] I was blindsided, but now I'm blindsided.
[01:19:38.880 --> 01:19:40.880] Okay, folks, we are back.
[01:19:40.880 --> 01:19:43.880] This is the rule of law on The Logos Radio Network.
[01:19:43.880 --> 01:19:45.880] We're having a show on guns tonight.
[01:19:45.880 --> 01:19:49.880] We're talking about ammo, different calibers, the purpose of them,
[01:19:49.880 --> 01:19:54.880] talking about.308s versus.223s, and the fact that most.308 guns,
[01:19:54.880 --> 01:19:59.880] you're not gonna be able to get magazines that will hold very many bullets,
[01:19:59.880 --> 01:20:01.880] hold very many rounds.
[01:20:01.880 --> 01:20:03.880] .308s are mostly a hunting rifle.
[01:20:03.880 --> 01:20:07.880] Anyway, I mean, yes, they're way more accurate for super long distances
[01:20:07.880 --> 01:20:12.880] and shooting through armor, but what's the purpose of this here?
[01:20:12.880 --> 01:20:16.880] Anyways, Bill has some more comments that he wants to make.
[01:20:16.880 --> 01:20:17.880] Bill, go ahead, please.
[01:20:17.880 --> 01:20:18.880] You're back on the air.
[01:20:18.880 --> 01:20:20.880] Yeah, I just wanted to finish interjecting,
[01:20:20.880 --> 01:20:25.880] and I can't believe people are complaining about offering an $1100 rifle.
[01:20:25.880 --> 01:20:28.880] .223 calibers.
[01:20:28.880 --> 01:20:31.880] .308 is gonna be a lot more than that.
[01:20:31.880 --> 01:20:37.880] Can you repeat what you just said, Bill, because there was like a truck going by Randy.
[01:20:37.880 --> 01:20:39.880] I forgot to mute my bad.
[01:20:39.880 --> 01:20:40.880] Hold on, hold on, hold on.
[01:20:40.880 --> 01:20:42.880] Wait till Randy mutes his mic.
[01:20:42.880 --> 01:20:44.880] Okay, go ahead, Bill.
[01:20:44.880 --> 01:20:49.880] I can't believe people are complaining over an $1100 rifle.
[01:20:49.880 --> 01:20:52.880] You know, just because it's not a.308 caliber.
[01:20:52.880 --> 01:20:55.880] I mean, it's still a good rifle for what it is.
[01:20:55.880 --> 01:20:58.880] Rock River Arms makes a good quality body.
[01:20:58.880 --> 01:21:00.880] Can you stand behind it?
[01:21:00.880 --> 01:21:04.880] Well, and yeah, just to come to the defense of the folks that were sending me all these skychats,
[01:21:04.880 --> 01:21:06.880] it wasn't exactly a complaint.
[01:21:06.880 --> 01:21:11.880] They weren't exactly complaining, but, you know, just some nitpicking, I think.
[01:21:11.880 --> 01:21:12.880] Exactly.
[01:21:12.880 --> 01:21:18.880] I mean, a.308 Rock River Arms rifle like that's gonna cost like $2,500 to $3,000 if not more.
[01:21:18.880 --> 01:21:21.880] Yeah, Rock River.308 is gonna be incredibly expensive.
[01:21:21.880 --> 01:21:23.880] I can't, you know, the dealer.
[01:21:23.880 --> 01:21:24.880] I looked at him.
[01:21:24.880 --> 01:21:25.880] Yeah.
[01:21:25.880 --> 01:21:30.880] Yeah, I can't ask somebody to donate something like that.
[01:21:30.880 --> 01:21:35.880] But this is a, I'm very happy that we've got this person.
[01:21:35.880 --> 01:21:38.880] Again, Chris Hall, zombie killer guns.
[01:21:38.880 --> 01:21:39.880] Support him, folks.
[01:21:39.880 --> 01:21:41.880] He's in Corpus Christi.
[01:21:41.880 --> 01:21:47.880] And again, the number 877-281-1155, if you want to call and confirm.
[01:21:47.880 --> 01:21:48.880] This is the real deal.
[01:21:48.880 --> 01:21:52.880] And anything else you want to comment on, Bill?
[01:21:52.880 --> 01:21:55.880] I'm just a longtime listener, and I love y'all's show.
[01:21:55.880 --> 01:22:01.880] You know, I've met y'all before, and y'all, you know, just keep up the good fight and keep doing what you're doing.
[01:22:01.880 --> 01:22:03.880] Educating the people and whatnot.
[01:22:03.880 --> 01:22:06.880] You do the community a great, great service.
[01:22:06.880 --> 01:22:07.880] Thank you, Bill.
[01:22:07.880 --> 01:22:08.880] Stop what you're doing.
[01:22:08.880 --> 01:22:09.880] Thank you, Bill.
[01:22:09.880 --> 01:22:10.880] I appreciate that.
[01:22:10.880 --> 01:22:11.880] And folks.
[01:22:11.880 --> 01:22:12.880] I gotta hit the road.
[01:22:12.880 --> 01:22:13.880] Okay.
[01:22:13.880 --> 01:22:14.880] Thank you, Bill.
[01:22:14.880 --> 01:22:20.880] I just wanted to also give y'all an update on the status of the server for the archives.
[01:22:20.880 --> 01:22:27.880] I remember I had been telling y'all that, you know, things are in such a dire situation and everything's falling apart at the seams.
[01:22:27.880 --> 01:22:29.880] The server's full.
[01:22:29.880 --> 01:22:36.880] We did get enough donations come in in the last week that I was able to upgrade the server.
[01:22:36.880 --> 01:22:44.880] So there is more space on the server, and I am in the process of uploading the archives for the last two or three weeks.
[01:22:44.880 --> 01:22:55.880] So it'll be a couple of days before I can get that going because I've got, I'm working on this movie, State of Mind, and I've got some audio files due.
[01:22:55.880 --> 01:22:57.880] I've got to get to these guys.
[01:22:57.880 --> 01:23:00.880] They need to, they need to move along with their editing process.
[01:23:00.880 --> 01:23:04.880] So I've got to put some time aside for that, you know, tonight and tomorrow.
[01:23:04.880 --> 01:23:08.880] But it will be, it'll be a couple of days and I'll finish getting the archives uploaded.
[01:23:08.880 --> 01:23:11.880] So you guys will, and gals out there will be able to have your archives.
[01:23:11.880 --> 01:23:17.880] I'm going to update the website with this new development about the Rock River rifle.
[01:23:17.880 --> 01:23:25.880] And we are going to extend the fundraiser until February 31st because this gun was placed on special order.
[01:23:25.880 --> 01:23:32.880] It's going to take two months to come in because they manufacture them from scratch brand new when the, when the dealer places the order.
[01:23:32.880 --> 01:23:36.880] The gun manufacturers don't just make these guns and wait for the dealers to order them.
[01:23:36.880 --> 01:23:38.880] They make them when they are ordered.
[01:23:38.880 --> 01:23:49.880] But again, folks, the reason that I had put January 31st as the cutoff is because that's when I've got loans due, that money that I had to borrow.
[01:23:49.880 --> 01:23:51.880] And I've got to get it paid back.
[01:23:51.880 --> 01:23:57.880] So, but I will extend the fundraiser until February, the end of February for the sake of the gun giveaway.
[01:23:57.880 --> 01:24:00.880] And I guess that's about it.
[01:24:00.880 --> 01:24:02.880] I mean, again, folks, 50.
[01:24:02.880 --> 01:24:06.880] Oh, I remember what I was going to say for folks that have already donated.
[01:24:06.880 --> 01:24:13.880] Okay, because there are some people that have have donated a significant amount, especially within the last week or two.
[01:24:13.880 --> 01:24:16.880] I don't want you, you folks out there to feel left out.
[01:24:16.880 --> 01:24:25.880] Like if you just gave 200 bucks, you know, I don't want you to feel totally left out, but we're going to have to work something out because this deal just started today.
[01:24:25.880 --> 01:24:31.880] And so what I'm looking at is for people who have already donated at least $20.
[01:24:31.880 --> 01:24:38.880] If you want to be part of the contest, please let me know and we can enter your name in one time.
[01:24:38.880 --> 01:24:46.880] But starting from tonight forward, you will have your name entered multiple times for every $20 you donate.
[01:24:46.880 --> 01:24:56.880] Okay, so again, if you if you if you've already donated and you want to be part of the contest, please let me know and I will be able to enter your name into the contest.
[01:24:56.880 --> 01:25:00.880] All right, with that we're going to go to Ron in Texas.
[01:25:00.880 --> 01:25:02.880] Ron, thank you for calling in.
[01:25:02.880 --> 01:25:07.880] What is your question or comment tonight?
[01:25:07.880 --> 01:25:09.880] Ron, are you there?
[01:25:09.880 --> 01:25:10.880] Hello.
[01:25:10.880 --> 01:25:13.880] Yes, what is your question or comment tonight, Ron?
[01:25:13.880 --> 01:25:18.880] Yeah, this was for Larry. I was wanting to talk to him about buying ammo.
[01:25:18.880 --> 01:25:24.880] Can you buy ammo on the WIC card and Ron?
[01:25:24.880 --> 01:25:32.880] I think you can. I think you can use foodstaff for it too.
[01:25:32.880 --> 01:25:38.880] When he was out there shooting in the Wutherford, was he shooting on the west side of town or on the east side of town in Wutherford?
[01:25:38.880 --> 01:25:46.880] I just need to find out where we can go because I just need to find somewhere to shoot out there.
[01:25:46.880 --> 01:25:48.880] I was on the west side.
[01:25:48.880 --> 01:25:50.880] West side? Okay.
[01:25:50.880 --> 01:25:52.880] Yeah, right outside of Hazel.
[01:25:52.880 --> 01:25:57.880] Can you buy ammo with your WIC and your Texas Star card?
[01:25:57.880 --> 01:25:58.880] Yeah.
[01:25:58.880 --> 01:25:59.880] You can?
[01:25:59.880 --> 01:26:01.880] I'm sure you can.
[01:26:01.880 --> 01:26:02.880] I know.
[01:26:02.880 --> 01:26:05.880] I was going to say, I don't think so.
[01:26:05.880 --> 01:26:08.880] Ron, he's just giving me a hard time.
[01:26:08.880 --> 01:26:23.880] Well, you know what? It wouldn't surprise me if you could because a report just came out regarding federal welfare cards where people can get out of ATM machines that can get cash.
[01:26:23.880 --> 01:26:37.880] They did some kind of a survey to find out, you know, they did a survey, they did a database breakdown on the location of the ATM machines where people are pulling money out on their federal welfare cards.
[01:26:37.880 --> 01:26:51.880] And I can't remember what the percentage of it was, but it was a very high percentage of people that are using their federal welfare cards at ATM machines at strip clubs and hookah joints and stuff like that.
[01:26:51.880 --> 01:26:53.880] And it's just outrageous.
[01:26:53.880 --> 01:26:58.880] So it wouldn't surprise me if you could use the WIC card to buy ammo, but I really don't think so.
[01:26:58.880 --> 01:27:02.880] Okay. Well, I just wasn't trying to have this as much as possible.
[01:27:02.880 --> 01:27:04.880] What's the best way to study upon this rule of law?
[01:27:04.880 --> 01:27:16.880] I mean, I'm working all the time trying to help pay for everybody, but I'm thinking about maybe just going ahead and getting unemployed and maybe I can figure out, you know, more about this rule of law stuff.
[01:27:16.880 --> 01:27:19.880] Just listen to this show, my friend.
[01:27:19.880 --> 01:27:30.880] Okay, if you're a friend of Larry, you're probably a redneck and you'll probably have to learn how to read first.
[01:27:30.880 --> 01:27:40.880] I told Larry that I didn't like his name, he needed to call it redneck rats.
[01:27:40.880 --> 01:27:42.880] Okay, Ron, do you have anything else for us?
[01:27:42.880 --> 01:27:44.880] Give me a hard time.
[01:27:44.880 --> 01:27:48.880] Okay, Ron, do you have anything else for us tonight, Ron?
[01:27:48.880 --> 01:27:50.880] No, thank you.
[01:27:50.880 --> 01:27:52.880] Hey, Ron is a new listener.
[01:27:52.880 --> 01:27:56.880] I've been on him for a while to start listening to the show.
[01:27:56.880 --> 01:27:58.880] So he's brand new.
[01:27:58.880 --> 01:28:01.880] This is probably his first time to call in.
[01:28:01.880 --> 01:28:05.880] His first time to call in and I call him a redneck.
[01:28:05.880 --> 01:28:07.880] He is a redneck.
[01:28:07.880 --> 01:28:11.880] He is a real redneck.
[01:28:11.880 --> 01:28:16.880] Well, I'd say you ought to know, okay, we have another caller.
[01:28:16.880 --> 01:28:18.880] Yes, Andre.
[01:28:21.880 --> 01:28:23.880] Hello, Embry?
[01:28:23.880 --> 01:28:24.880] I think it's Embry.
[01:28:24.880 --> 01:28:26.880] How do you pronounce your name?
[01:28:26.880 --> 01:28:27.880] Embry.
[01:28:27.880 --> 01:28:29.880] Hey, they made a movie about you.
[01:28:29.880 --> 01:28:36.880] Well, Randy, I was the first interpreter here to Deborah's money bomb for the new stuff.
[01:28:36.880 --> 01:28:38.880] Where's my cell phone?
[01:28:38.880 --> 01:28:40.880] I just went to my cell phone.
[01:28:40.880 --> 01:28:46.880] That's Randy's deal. I've given him, I'm about a week behind in addresses for him,
[01:28:46.880 --> 01:28:52.880] but everybody up until about a week ago, Randy has the addresses for.
[01:28:52.880 --> 01:28:57.880] I had a batch of product and I worked with it and it wasn't acceptable.
[01:28:57.880 --> 01:29:03.880] And I went to Embark today, my chemical supply house, and they canceled my account.
[01:29:03.880 --> 01:29:06.880] I drove 70 miles down there to get product.
[01:29:06.880 --> 01:29:12.880] They canceled my account, so now I've got to set up another account and order it because I have to remake.
[01:29:12.880 --> 01:29:16.880] So it'll be probably a week before I can get it.
[01:29:16.880 --> 01:29:18.880] I've been struggling with that.
[01:29:18.880 --> 01:29:23.880] Now I might be getting an AR-15, is that correct?
[01:29:23.880 --> 01:29:25.880] We may just give you that instead.
[01:29:25.880 --> 01:29:31.880] Okay, like I said, for people who have already donated, okay,
[01:29:31.880 --> 01:29:38.880] if you have already donated to the network fundraiser,
[01:29:38.880 --> 01:29:47.880] at least $20 before tonight, please email me and let me know if you would like your name to be put in the hat, okay?
[01:29:47.880 --> 01:29:49.880] All right.
[01:29:49.880 --> 01:29:51.880] Any way you're going to hold me over?
[01:29:51.880 --> 01:29:53.880] Yes, we can hold you over, okay?
[01:29:53.880 --> 01:29:54.880] Sure.
[01:29:54.880 --> 01:29:55.880] All right, we'll be right back, folks.
[01:29:55.880 --> 01:29:59.880] This is the Rule of Law on the Logos Radio Network.
[01:29:59.880 --> 01:30:06.880] A NOBLE LIFE, Oklahoma City, 1995, will change forever the way you look at the true nature of terrorism.
[01:30:06.880 --> 01:30:10.880] Based on the damage pattern to the building, but the government says it's impossible.
[01:30:10.880 --> 01:30:13.880] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say.
[01:30:13.880 --> 01:30:17.880] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals.
[01:30:17.880 --> 01:30:22.880] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around.
[01:30:22.880 --> 01:30:25.880] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing.
[01:30:25.880 --> 01:30:30.880] Expose the cover-up now at anoblelive.com.
[01:30:55.880 --> 01:30:58.880] What the true intent of law really is.

[01:32:21.880 --> 01:32:26.880] Thank you for watching.
[01:32:51.880 --> 01:33:16.880] Okay folks, we are back. This is the rule of law. Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens.
[01:33:16.880 --> 01:33:23.880] Talking to Ombre in New York, now speaking of the fundraiser and the gun giveaway.
[01:33:23.880 --> 01:33:30.880] Larry, is New York one of those states where people are not allowed to own these type of firearm or not?
[01:33:30.880 --> 01:33:36.880] I would say yes. I think that's very true because New York is very restrictive on guns.
[01:33:36.880 --> 01:33:44.880] Very restrictive. They have hunters there. Everybody thinks about New York and they think of New York City as being the whole state.
[01:33:44.880 --> 01:33:57.880] The state has a lot of country in it. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm about 90% sure that a gun like this probably would not be able to be shipped to New York.
[01:33:57.880 --> 01:34:06.880] Okay, well that answers your question, Ombre. You're going to have to look at your state laws, but probably you're not eligible to win the prize firearm.
[01:34:06.880 --> 01:34:08.880] Well, that really wasn't my question.
[01:34:08.880 --> 01:34:10.880] Okay, well go ahead. What is your question?
[01:34:10.880 --> 01:34:20.880] Well, I'm upstate and it's not really a problem right at this moment until Governor Cuomo probably has an executive order, but we're not going to go there.
[01:34:20.880 --> 01:34:41.880] Anyways, I don't want to stray too far off of the topic, but if I was to apply property or to acquire property, should I invite the federal government to be a partner in such a purchase or acquisition?
[01:34:41.880 --> 01:34:43.880] Is that a question to me?
[01:34:43.880 --> 01:34:56.880] Well, I don't have an observation. If I was to acquire personal property and I get to make a declaration as a U.S. citizen, would that be wise to do that?
[01:34:56.880 --> 01:34:58.880] You know where I'm going?
[01:34:58.880 --> 01:35:01.880] I don't know that it would make any difference.
[01:35:01.880 --> 01:35:21.880] As far as I know, buying property has nothing to do with being a citizen. That's never been a consideration because the United States became the most powerful economic engine on the planet because they got other countries to invest in the United States and primarily invest in property.
[01:35:21.880 --> 01:35:24.880] So they don't care if you're a citizen or not.
[01:35:24.880 --> 01:35:36.880] Well, if I was to acquire this firearm, I'd have to fill out a federal form 4473 and state or declare that I was a U.S. citizen to do so.
[01:35:36.880 --> 01:35:43.880] Oh, okay. When you're talking about, I'm sorry, I misunderstood. You said personal property, not real property.
[01:35:43.880 --> 01:35:46.880] Okay. That's what I thought he was talking about. Real property.
[01:35:46.880 --> 01:35:48.880] Okay.
[01:35:48.880 --> 01:35:52.880] My bad. Okay. The next question is for you, Larry.
[01:35:52.880 --> 01:36:05.880] So the only way you're going to get this gun if you was to win it in the drawing is to go through an FFL transfer. You're not going to be able to do that.
[01:36:05.880 --> 01:36:16.880] And the only way, in my opinion, would be to set an address in a state that would allow that transfer.
[01:36:16.880 --> 01:36:25.880] Well, Harman Taylor question, should I declare myself a U.S. citizen just to acquire property?
[01:36:25.880 --> 01:36:33.880] I don't know if that's going to make any difference in this transfer because the dealer's not going to transfer it without an FFL.
[01:36:33.880 --> 01:36:46.880] It's not going to transfer it to another FFL dealer without a FFL background check, which is through the NIC system.
[01:36:46.880 --> 01:36:52.880] Larry, does the FFL check require citizenship?
[01:36:52.880 --> 01:37:07.880] You have to attest when you fill out that form, and it's technically not a background check. What it does is it checks to see if your name is on a list of people who are not allowed to purchase firearms.
[01:37:07.880 --> 01:37:12.880] It's a federal list, and basically it's just if you're a felon. That's it.
[01:37:12.880 --> 01:37:17.880] And you don't have to give your social security number. It's not really a background check.
[01:37:17.880 --> 01:37:26.880] It's your name and your address, and so obviously they know what state you're in, and then you attest that you are a U.S. citizen. Yes.
[01:37:26.880 --> 01:37:28.880] So in order?
[01:37:28.880 --> 01:37:34.880] If your name is on the list, it's not necessarily you because there could be other people with your name.
[01:37:34.880 --> 01:37:41.880] And so then you would give your social security number if that name turns up on the list to verify that it's not really you.
[01:37:41.880 --> 01:37:46.880] Is there a requirement that you be a U.S. citizen?
[01:37:46.880 --> 01:37:47.880] Yes.
[01:37:47.880 --> 01:37:48.880] To purchase a weapon.
[01:37:48.880 --> 01:37:50.880] From an FFL dealer?
[01:37:50.880 --> 01:37:51.880] Yes.
[01:37:51.880 --> 01:37:58.880] If you want to purchase a firearm from an FFL dealer, you have to certify under penalty of perjury that you are a U.S. citizen.
[01:37:58.880 --> 01:37:59.880] Yes, the answer is yes.
[01:37:59.880 --> 01:38:10.880] Now if you want a gun without going that route, you can call Obama under the Fast and Furious program. He might give you one.
[01:38:10.880 --> 01:38:14.880] But you have to attest that you are a drug dealer in that case.
[01:38:14.880 --> 01:38:17.880] Yes.
[01:38:17.880 --> 01:38:18.880] Here's a scenario.
[01:38:18.880 --> 01:38:21.880] You have to promise to shoot a police with it.
[01:38:21.880 --> 01:38:22.880] Yes.
[01:38:22.880 --> 01:38:40.880] If it was me, and I lived on the border of a state that a gun like that couldn't be transferred into, and I lived in the other state could, I might go get a P.O. box in another state and do a transfer that way.
[01:38:40.880 --> 01:38:42.880] But I'm sure you're not suggesting to me one time.
[01:38:42.880 --> 01:38:43.880] No.
[01:38:43.880 --> 01:38:44.880] I'm not.
[01:38:44.880 --> 01:38:50.880] I was just saying if that was a scenario where I was faced with that kind of situation, that might be a possibility.
[01:38:50.880 --> 01:38:59.880] Well, you all see where I'm going with this in order for me to go and fill out that form 4473 to take possession of the firearm.
[01:38:59.880 --> 01:39:02.880] I have to declare myself a U.S. citizen.
[01:39:02.880 --> 01:39:03.880] Yes.
[01:39:03.880 --> 01:39:04.880] That's what we keep saying.
[01:39:04.880 --> 01:39:05.880] Yes.
[01:39:05.880 --> 01:39:06.880] You're not going to get one.
[01:39:06.880 --> 01:39:08.880] You're not going to get one without it.
[01:39:08.880 --> 01:39:10.880] And unless it's a private cell.
[01:39:10.880 --> 01:39:11.880] Yes.
[01:39:11.880 --> 01:39:13.880] Exactly.
[01:39:13.880 --> 01:39:14.880] Exactly.
[01:39:14.880 --> 01:39:15.880] You don't have to do all that.
[01:39:15.880 --> 01:39:17.880] You don't have to fill out any forms.
[01:39:17.880 --> 01:39:31.880] If you're purchasing through a private cell, like a private individual selling to another private individual, not for profits, not for, you know, you're not allowed to buy guns and turn them over for profit within a year's time unless you have a license.
[01:39:31.880 --> 01:39:35.880] But say somebody, you know, they just have a gun and they don't want any more.
[01:39:35.880 --> 01:39:36.880] They want a different gun.
[01:39:36.880 --> 01:39:47.880] They've had it for a long time or they inherited it or something like that, they can sell it as a private sale and then whoever buys it does not have to fill out this form and declare their U.S. citizen and all that.
[01:39:47.880 --> 01:39:52.880] But if you want to buy a firearm from a federal licensed dealer, yes, you have to fill out the form.
[01:39:52.880 --> 01:39:57.880] And yes, you have to attest under penalty of perjury that you are a U.S. citizen, but they will not sell you the gun.
[01:39:57.880 --> 01:39:58.880] Okay.
[01:39:58.880 --> 01:40:16.880] So now am I and the federal government partners in the disposition of this firearm since I have declared myself to be a U.S. citizen and apparently have to abide by the laws that the federal government requires to transpire with it.
[01:40:16.880 --> 01:40:28.880] Well, Amber, you became a partner with the federal government the day you were born. I mean, they put a birth certificate on you. I mean, you're a partner with them right then.
[01:40:28.880 --> 01:40:29.880] Right.
[01:40:29.880 --> 01:40:35.880] You're a partner with them. There's no getting out of that. You have a social security number, you're a partner with them already.
[01:40:35.880 --> 01:40:38.880] I don't have one. No, I'm not a member of that trust.
[01:40:38.880 --> 01:40:45.880] Well, if you have a, it's not a trust. Okay. That is an urban myth. But if you have a birth certificate, you're probably already part of the system.
[01:40:45.880 --> 01:40:49.880] Somebody might have this, but I don't.
[01:40:49.880 --> 01:40:50.880] Okay.
[01:40:50.880 --> 01:41:03.880] I mean, it's a rhetorical question because if you're going to win this gun, you're not going to, you're not going to get it without doing an FFL transfer. That's it.
[01:41:03.880 --> 01:41:06.880] Okay. Does that answer your question, Andre?
[01:41:06.880 --> 01:41:08.880] Well, it's just a point of discussion.
[01:41:08.880 --> 01:41:10.880] Okay. All right. Thank you very much.
[01:41:10.880 --> 01:41:11.880] All right. Bye.
[01:41:11.880 --> 01:41:12.880] Okay. Bye.
[01:41:12.880 --> 01:41:24.880] Okay. All right. Well, we had, we had Mary on the line and now she dropped off. So we're going to continue the discussion.
[01:41:24.880 --> 01:41:36.880] I had a question. We had some, some people emailing a question about the executive order. So, and what that could mean for the upcoming future.
[01:41:36.880 --> 01:41:39.880] So do you want to address that, Larry?
[01:41:39.880 --> 01:41:49.880] Yeah. If, if he signs the executive order and says, just say worst case scenario, he signs the executive order says confiscate all guns.
[01:41:49.880 --> 01:41:54.880] Well, we have a notification. I mean, the states can say, you know what, federal government, we're not going to do that.
[01:41:54.880 --> 01:42:00.880] We're not going to confiscate guns. And then he could, he could say, well, we're going to send in federal agents.
[01:42:00.880 --> 01:42:10.880] Well, then your local sheriff could, you know, as Sheriff Mack would say, you could, you know, the local sheriff could actually tell the federal government, look,
[01:42:10.880 --> 01:42:14.880] if you send agents in here trying to enforce those laws, we'll arrest you.
[01:42:14.880 --> 01:42:21.880] Now there's lots of executive orders that have been signed over the years and are still in effect, but they haven't done them.
[01:42:21.880 --> 01:42:25.880] Like the government can take control of all modes of transportation.
[01:42:25.880 --> 01:42:32.880] The government can take control of all means of communication. They can, they can act that these are executive orders that are in place.
[01:42:32.880 --> 01:42:38.880] The government can organize people into workforce brigades. These are all done.
[01:42:38.880 --> 01:42:42.880] They may sign it, but they may not enact it for another 10 years.
[01:42:42.880 --> 01:42:50.880] And if they do, they're going to wait till they get the population convinced through mind control through the TV, you know,
[01:42:50.880 --> 01:43:01.880] through the chemical attacks, through the, through the vaccines and the fluoridation of the water to mind numb the public down enough to where they'll accept this.
[01:43:01.880 --> 01:43:11.880] Because when, when they go for the guns, my opinion is they're, they want to say turn them in and they want at least 80 to 90% of the people to say, well,
[01:43:11.880 --> 01:43:14.880] I got to turn them in and they just go and turn them in.
[01:43:14.880 --> 01:43:22.880] They, I don't think they're looking for an armed conflict in my opinion, but they could be. It's sure all the appearance looks like they're going to go for one.
[01:43:22.880 --> 01:43:35.880] But as, as we out here, just individual people out here, we know that they're selling record numbers of guns every year or every month now.
[01:43:35.880 --> 01:43:38.880] So the federal government's got to know that too.
[01:43:38.880 --> 01:43:45.880] So do they really want to attempt a gun confiscation through an executive order?
[01:43:45.880 --> 01:43:49.880] Yeah, I think that they would have a lot of trouble with that exactly.
[01:43:49.880 --> 01:43:53.880] So, um, all right, folks, we'll be right back.
[01:43:53.880 --> 01:43:59.880] If you'd like to call in, we have one more segment, 512-646-1984. We'll be right back.
[01:43:59.880 --> 01:44:08.880] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy, and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[01:44:08.880 --> 01:44:11.880] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[01:44:11.880 --> 01:44:12.880] Brave New Books?
[01:44:12.880 --> 01:44:19.880] Yes, Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Albert Griffin.

[01:44:23.880 --> 01:44:25.880] There's no way a place like that exists.
[01:44:25.880 --> 01:44:31.880] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT.
[01:44:31.880 --> 01:44:35.880] Oh, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there.
[01:44:35.880 --> 01:44:42.880] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind the bookstore.
[01:44:42.880 --> 01:44:46.880] It does exist, but when are they open?

[01:46:00.880 --> 01:46:22.880] Hello. Oh, man, you're in jail. You got busted, huh? Oh, man, I'm broken.
[01:46:22.880 --> 01:46:30.880] Some things in this world I will never understand. Some things I realize fully.
[01:46:30.880 --> 01:46:39.880] Somebody's on a police, that police man. Somebody's on a police, a police.
[01:46:39.880 --> 01:46:48.880] There's always room at the top of the hill. I hear through the grapevine and it's lonely left to.
[01:46:48.880 --> 01:46:56.880] They're wishing it with more than opposition to fail. They know that if they don't do it, somebody will.
[01:46:56.880 --> 01:47:08.880] Some things in this world will never understand. Some things I realize fully. Somebody's on a police, that police.
[01:47:08.880 --> 01:47:14.880] All right, somebody's gonna police the police, man. Somebody's gonna bully the bully. That would be us.
[01:47:14.880 --> 01:47:19.880] And that would be you folks out there, you great listening audience.
[01:47:19.880 --> 01:47:29.880] Larry, we were talking about this gun executive order that could come down, ordering everyone, Biden threatened today through executive order,
[01:47:29.880 --> 01:47:38.880] to turn everyone, for everyone who has an unregistered firearm to turn them in and stuff like that,
[01:47:38.880 --> 01:47:44.880] or just bringing it on, having the, you know, everybody just turn them in.
[01:47:44.880 --> 01:47:56.880] I mean, you heard, I'm sure everyone heard the clip from Ms. Diane Feinstein talking about when she got the assault weapons ban several years ago,
[01:47:56.880 --> 01:48:03.880] that if she had had the votes, it would have been Mr. and Mrs. America turn them all in.
[01:48:03.880 --> 01:48:09.880] All right, so they're threatening to do the same thing through fiat, through executive order.
[01:48:09.880 --> 01:48:18.880] And Larry, you made a really good point concerning the fact that right now there's a ban for felons at the federal level.
[01:48:18.880 --> 01:48:28.880] But in the state of Texas, that ain't the way it is. Felons are allowed to own firearms in this state if they've paid their debt to society
[01:48:28.880 --> 01:48:33.880] and completed their prison term or whatever it is, a probation, et cetera, et cetera.
[01:48:33.880 --> 01:48:37.880] And as we discussed earlier, the feds aren't storming Texas.
[01:48:37.880 --> 01:48:43.880] They're not going door to door to all the felons to see if they have guns and grab them and stuff like that.
[01:48:43.880 --> 01:48:51.880] So just because, Larry, you were making the point that just because the government hands something down by fiat, that doesn't mean they're going to do it.
[01:48:51.880 --> 01:48:54.880] Larry, you want to extrapolate on that?
[01:48:54.880 --> 01:49:03.880] Yeah, I was just saying that they could sign the executive order tomorrow saying, once again, saying black people are slaves.
[01:49:03.880 --> 01:49:08.880] Nobody's going to go by that. I mean, it's not going to change anything.
[01:49:08.880 --> 01:49:15.880] It's through notification that they can't do these things without the people to go out.
[01:49:15.880 --> 01:49:17.880] They can pass all the laws they want.
[01:49:17.880 --> 01:49:28.880] If there's nobody, that's why it's important to educate the police and the military that these are unconstitutional laws, executive orders being passed.
[01:49:28.880 --> 01:49:37.880] And if they don't have the enforcement arm of the branch, the executive branch, to do this, then they can't do it.
[01:49:37.880 --> 01:49:43.880] And if Congress says, you know what, you can executive order this, but we're not going to fund it.
[01:49:43.880 --> 01:49:56.880] We're not going to give you the money to create these armed thugs to go out and go door to door to try to get people's guns.
[01:49:56.880 --> 01:50:02.880] How are they going to know the enforcement, the practicality of enforcing this all over the country?
[01:50:02.880 --> 01:50:07.880] It's just a deal. They're testing the waters.
[01:50:07.880 --> 01:50:11.880] They're testing the waters. They want to see where the American people are at now.
[01:50:11.880 --> 01:50:14.880] And they've been doing this for a hundred years.
[01:50:14.880 --> 01:50:17.880] Every year they pass a little more restrictions.
[01:50:17.880 --> 01:50:23.880] They get people to go on board with, oh, we got to restrict this group from having guns.
[01:50:23.880 --> 01:50:27.880] So that's all they're doing is they're testing the waters.
[01:50:27.880 --> 01:50:32.880] They're signing the executive order now, 10 years from now, a new president's in.
[01:50:32.880 --> 01:50:34.880] He's worse than Obama.
[01:50:34.880 --> 01:50:44.880] And they test the waters again. If the American people don't run out and buy guns and hordes and hordes, millions and millions of guns, then they go for it.
[01:50:44.880 --> 01:50:49.880] Right now they see that the guns are being purchased in record numbers.
[01:50:49.880 --> 01:50:52.880] That's on record through the NIC system.
[01:50:52.880 --> 01:50:58.880] That doesn't include all the private transfer cell of guns that happened.
[01:50:58.880 --> 01:51:05.880] So they know that the American people, they can do all the false flag shootings they want.
[01:51:05.880 --> 01:51:14.880] It's the American people are standing up and states like Texas are standing up and saying, you know what, we're going to, and Arizona, they're putting armed teachers into the school.
[01:51:14.880 --> 01:51:21.880] They're putting armed guards, our pilots, Sheriff Joel Piles, putting armed posses into the schools.
[01:51:21.880 --> 01:51:29.880] So they can do what they want at the executive branch, but if they don't have the enforcement arm to do it, they're not going to be able to do it.
[01:51:29.880 --> 01:51:33.880] Exactly. All right. Listen, we've got about seven minutes left and we've got some callers on the board.
[01:51:33.880 --> 01:51:40.880] Let's go to Chris in Texas. Chris, thank you for calling in. What is your comment tonight about the gun issues?
[01:51:40.880 --> 01:51:53.880] This is all equivalent to a prison. They're trying to create a prison out of the United States. You take the borders, you call those the walls to the prison.
[01:51:53.880 --> 01:52:04.880] You take your executive branch, anyone who the government would still allow to carry a gun and you call those the guards.
[01:52:04.880 --> 01:52:12.880] If they're able to disarm the American people, you just became the prisoners.
[01:52:12.880 --> 01:52:19.880] Well, there you go. I think that just about says it all.
[01:52:19.880 --> 01:52:24.880] You got any comments, Randy?
[01:52:24.880 --> 01:52:40.880] Well, I just told a judge today in court, went to court on a foreclosure issue and got talking to the judge afterward and asked him if he knew what the average conviction rate was in Texas.
[01:52:40.880 --> 01:52:50.880] And he didn't. 99.6 that makes this the largest and worst police state the world has ever seen.
[01:52:50.880 --> 01:53:02.880] Nobody even realizes it. But they're doing everything they can to consolidate completely so that there is no avenue of redress.
[01:53:02.880 --> 01:53:11.880] And taking our guns away from us is one way to ensure that we have no avenue of redress.
[01:53:11.880 --> 01:53:22.880] We own a gun. I don't like them. I have a thing about that. I was a weapon specialist in the military, but I spent too much time on the sharp end, but I want everybody else to have them.
[01:53:22.880 --> 01:53:27.880] I have a special reason for not liking them, but we need them.
[01:53:27.880 --> 01:53:34.880] All of this nonsense of stopping gun violence by taking guns away from all of the honest people.
[01:53:34.880 --> 01:53:36.880] Well, that's absolutely nonsense.
[01:53:36.880 --> 01:53:38.880] Oh, and they know it too?
[01:53:38.880 --> 01:53:44.880] On that matter, Randy? Yes.
[01:53:44.880 --> 01:53:45.880] Go ahead, Chris.
[01:53:45.880 --> 01:53:57.880] As far as, you know, I heard talking about the felon and gun, what has not been addressed is the fact that it's not just the felon that they claim can't own a gun.
[01:53:57.880 --> 01:54:05.880] It's anyone with a class A misdemeanor that is considered to be an act of violence.
[01:54:05.880 --> 01:54:13.880] Like, if you have a class A assault, you're not getting it done.
[01:54:13.880 --> 01:54:18.880] If you have a restraining order filed against you, you can't own a gun.
[01:54:18.880 --> 01:54:23.880] And every time a divorce is filed, what happens? A restraining order is filed.
[01:54:23.880 --> 01:54:36.880] There's actual police losing their rights to own a gun because they're getting a divorce situation and a restraining order is filed against them and they lose their right to own a gun.
[01:54:36.880 --> 01:54:42.880] They lose their jobs.
[01:54:42.880 --> 01:54:58.880] So that's what's happening out here. They're going to confiscate the guns. If they can't do it by going door to door, what they're going to do is they're going to make everything a crime and they're going to say, no matter what you did, even if it's a parking ticket, you're not allowed to have a gun.
[01:54:58.880 --> 01:55:03.880] Oh yeah, you're a terrorist if you get a parking ticket and so then you can't have a gun, exactly.
[01:55:03.880 --> 01:55:12.880] The section 802 of the Patriot Act says that anything, any violation of state or federal law, you're a terrorist. Okay, so right there.
[01:55:12.880 --> 01:55:29.880] If you're a terrorist, if you have a parking ticket and so terrorists can't own guns and they'll use that argument on the dumb down public to get them to go along this taking guns from people who are quote terrorists because they got a parking ticket.
[01:55:29.880 --> 01:55:31.880] Right.
[01:55:31.880 --> 01:55:46.880] They're going to get away from the generation who has them right now. You outlaw them periodically so that the next generation just goes up not being by them.
[01:55:46.880 --> 01:55:50.880] They're going to pull out everything they can. All right, Chris, do you have any other comments?
[01:55:50.880 --> 01:55:51.880] That's it.
[01:55:51.880 --> 01:55:52.880] All right, thank you, Chris.
[01:55:52.880 --> 01:55:53.880] That's my call.
[01:55:53.880 --> 01:55:57.880] All right, thank you. All right, we've got about three minutes left here. We are talking about the gun issue.
[01:55:57.880 --> 01:56:05.880] We've got Blake from Texas. Blake, we have about two and a half minutes left, so what is on your mind tonight?
[01:56:05.880 --> 01:56:16.880] Okay, my radio signal keeps cutting out, so I missed several sections of your show, but I heard one question. I hope you can remember what it was.
[01:56:16.880 --> 01:56:27.880] I heard that they did a study on which ATM machine they used to get the most cash withdrawals from federal...
[01:56:27.880 --> 01:56:28.880] Oh, yeah, welfare.
[01:56:28.880 --> 01:56:31.880] Yeah, they're the WIC and Food Safety.
[01:56:31.880 --> 01:56:32.880] Yeah, they were withdrawing it.
[01:56:32.880 --> 01:56:34.880] The second part of that?
[01:56:34.880 --> 01:56:54.880] Well, Alex Jones was talking about this earlier this week or last week. I can't remember. There was some kind of study where they broke down the locations of the ATM machines where people were drawing their cash out of.
[01:56:54.880 --> 01:57:04.880] I don't remember what the percentage was. It was a very high percentage, but it was places like liquor stores and strip joints and hookah parlors.
[01:57:04.880 --> 01:57:07.880] Yeah.
[01:57:07.880 --> 01:57:08.880] That's about what I expected.
[01:57:08.880 --> 01:57:34.880] That was Mike Adams when Mike Adams was sitting in for Alex. That's where your federal tax dollars are going, is to pay for these people that are drawing welfare to go to the strip clubs and to hit the liquor stores and the hookah joints.
[01:57:34.880 --> 01:57:38.880] Yeah, let me tell you this.
[01:57:38.880 --> 01:57:39.880] Go ahead, Blake.
[01:57:39.880 --> 01:57:46.880] I said that's almost upscale. I was expecting it to be like crack alleys become.
[01:57:46.880 --> 01:57:53.880] I don't know if they have too many ATM machines on the crack alleys, but I have no experience with that sort of thing, so I don't know.
[01:57:53.880 --> 01:57:54.880] All right.
[01:57:54.880 --> 01:58:03.880] Well, this isn't just white trash, white people thing. I've seen a... Well, I'm not even going to go there. I'm not going to settle that. I'm just going to leave that alone.
[01:58:03.880 --> 01:58:10.880] Okay. All right. Well, listen, we've got 44 seconds left. Folks, again, this is our newest host on the network, Mr. Larry Weese.
[01:58:10.880 --> 01:58:19.880] The name of the show is Gun Control Live, and he's going to entice the leftist, the gun grabbers, to listen to his show. Maybe they'll learn a thing or two.
[01:58:19.880 --> 01:58:26.880] And his show is going to be on Saturdays from one to three. We're not starting this Saturday. We're going to start as soon as possible, however.
[01:58:26.880 --> 01:58:36.880] And again, I have been able to upgrade the archive server, so folks, within a few days, we will be able to get you your archives.
[01:58:36.880 --> 01:58:45.880] You'll have to link to the archives for the last couple of weeks. And tomorrow night, we will be back on the four-hour Friday Info Marathon.
[01:58:45.880 --> 01:58:56.880] Donate and get your chance sealed in for the...
