[00:00.000 --> 00:06.320] Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the biggest retailer of all?
[00:06.320 --> 00:07.320] Walmart, that's who.
[00:07.320 --> 00:11.840] But there's another company that's catching up and could soon surpass Walmart sales.
[00:11.840 --> 00:17.240] And Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back to tell you who the big bad competitor is next.
[00:17.240 --> 00:19.000] Privacy is under attack.
[00:19.000 --> 00:22.600] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:22.600 --> 00:27.600] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:27.600 --> 00:32.680] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[00:32.680 --> 00:35.360] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[00:35.360 --> 00:40.920] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[00:40.920 --> 00:42.680] Yahoo and Bing.
[00:42.680 --> 00:46.240] Start over with StartPage.
[00:46.240 --> 00:50.400] Remember when the words Walmart struck fear in the hearts of mom and pop store owners
[00:50.400 --> 00:51.400] everywhere?
[00:51.400 --> 00:55.600] Well the tables are turning and the world's largest retailer is feeling some competitive
[00:55.600 --> 00:57.240] heat of its own.
[00:57.240 --> 01:01.000] Who's sending chills down the spines of Walmart executives?
[01:01.000 --> 01:02.120] Amazon, that's who.
[01:02.120 --> 01:06.760] The online retailer seems to carry everything Walmart does at lower prices and bargain hunters
[01:06.760 --> 01:09.520] are shopping online in record numbers.
[01:09.520 --> 01:14.200] Last year, Amazon's revenues grew 41% compared to Walmart's 8%.
[01:14.200 --> 01:16.520] Personally, I don't love either one.
[01:16.520 --> 01:20.560] I'd rather spend my hard earned dollars at locally owned brick and mortar stores where
[01:20.560 --> 01:24.080] I can see, smell and touch the merchandise and pay cash anonymously.
[01:24.080 --> 01:31.920] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:31.920 --> 01:40.720] Top quiz, which is a better deal, a supersize copy at the regular price or the normal size
[01:40.720 --> 01:41.720] at a discount?
[01:41.720 --> 01:46.160] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll fill you in on the sneaky tricks retailers use to
[01:46.160 --> 01:48.920] reel in your money in a moment.
[01:48.920 --> 01:50.640] Privacy is under attack.
[01:50.640 --> 01:54.280] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:54.280 --> 01:59.240] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:59.240 --> 02:04.400] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[02:04.400 --> 02:07.040] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[02:07.040 --> 02:12.600] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[02:12.600 --> 02:14.360] Yahoo and Bing.
[02:14.360 --> 02:18.080] Start over with StartPage.
[02:18.080 --> 02:21.800] A deal of a bargain, but a new study says we're not so good at spotting one.
[02:21.800 --> 02:26.520] Turns out we're suckers for bigger sizes at regular prices, even when a discount would
[02:26.520 --> 02:27.520] be better.
[02:27.520 --> 02:34.600] Researchers made two offers on coffee beans, 33% extra for free or 33% off the price.
[02:34.600 --> 02:39.280] The discount was by far the better deal, but the volunteers saw them as equal.
[02:39.280 --> 02:43.240] So why do shoppers go for the bigger size instead of the size that saves them the most
[02:43.240 --> 02:44.240] money?
[02:44.240 --> 02:46.280] Mostly because we're bad at fractions.
[02:46.280 --> 02:50.920] My advice is to compare the unit prices on store shelves, polish your mouth skills and
[02:50.920 --> 02:52.960] be aware of marketers sneaky tricks.
[02:52.960 --> 03:22.800] I'm Dr. Gaffer Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[03:22.800 --> 03:52.640] I'm Dr. Gaffer Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[03:52.640 --> 04:08.360] All right, bad boys, bad boys, and bad girls.
[04:08.360 --> 04:16.240] What are you going to do when we come for you here on the rule of law?
[04:16.240 --> 04:22.760] I am one of your co-hosts, Debra Stevens, here with Randy Kelsen and Eddie Craig, can
[04:22.760 --> 04:25.080] hear my guests laughing in the background.
[04:25.080 --> 04:31.920] Folks, we are coming for the bad boys and the bad girls, and especially our very special
[04:31.920 --> 04:35.280] guest tonight, as promised, Dr. Joel Wallach.
[04:35.280 --> 04:39.040] He has been going after the bad boys and the bad girls in the medical industry, in the
[04:39.040 --> 04:45.400] allopathic medical industry, that is, for many, many years, and we are so happy to welcome
[04:45.400 --> 04:46.400] him to the show.
[04:46.400 --> 04:51.440] I'm going to read a bit of his bio before we bring him straight up on the air.
[04:51.440 --> 04:58.760] But folks, we met last month at the Young Jevity event here in Austin, and it was just
[04:58.760 --> 05:00.480] a fantastic event.
[05:00.480 --> 05:04.160] I was helping to run sound, and I recorded the event.
[05:04.160 --> 05:09.360] I recorded audio of the event, info wars, errandikes of info wars, recorded video, and
[05:09.360 --> 05:10.960] I recorded the audio.
[05:10.960 --> 05:13.280] So it's a match made in heaven.
[05:13.280 --> 05:19.640] I gave the audio to Aaron, and if he has not released the video yet, he should be soon.
[05:19.640 --> 05:25.520] But I have posted the audio from Dr. Wallach's first evening's presentation.
[05:25.520 --> 05:29.680] I still have more audio that I need to master because he spoke the second night also.
[05:29.680 --> 05:35.120] But at any rate, you can go to LogosRadioNetwork.com, and there's a link right on the home page
[05:35.120 --> 05:41.000] of the almost three-hour presentation that Dr. Wallach gave on November 19th.
[05:41.000 --> 05:43.360] It's a fantastic presentation.
[05:43.360 --> 05:47.280] Now for those of you who do not know who Dr. Wallach is, the founder of the Young Jevity
[05:47.280 --> 05:50.720] products, I'm going to read a bit of his bio here.
[05:50.720 --> 05:53.800] It's very lengthy, so I won't be able to read the whole thing.
[05:53.800 --> 05:58.560] Dr. Joel Wallach is a biomedical research pioneer.
[05:58.560 --> 06:04.680] He spent more than 40 years in the field of veterinary medicine observing and researching
[06:04.680 --> 06:10.880] the effects of individual nutrients on animal health before becoming a naturopathic physician
[06:10.880 --> 06:11.880] in 1982.
[06:11.880 --> 06:17.840] Today, Dr. Wallach is renowned for his groundbreaking research on the health benefits of selenium
[06:17.840 --> 06:19.720] and other minerals.
[06:19.720 --> 06:24.440] He currently dedicates his time to lecturing throughout the world on therapeutic benefits
[06:24.440 --> 06:29.760] of vitamins, minerals, and on lobbying the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on behalf
[06:29.760 --> 06:32.360] of the dietary supplement industry.
[06:32.360 --> 06:37.040] Dr. Wallach obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Missouri
[06:37.040 --> 06:44.240] in 1962 with a major in animal husbandry nutrition and a minor in field crops and soils.
[06:44.240 --> 06:50.680] In 1964, he was awarded a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at DVM also from the University of
[06:50.680 --> 06:51.680] Missouri.
[06:51.680 --> 06:56.160] Thereafter, Dr. Wallach completed a three-year post-doctoral fellowship at the Center for
[06:56.160 --> 07:01.280] the Biology of Natural Systems at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
[07:01.280 --> 07:07.680] In 1982, he obtained a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and ND from the National College
[07:07.680 --> 07:11.280] of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon.
[07:11.280 --> 07:15.680] Dr. Wallach has held key positions with leading zoos and universities in the United States
[07:15.680 --> 07:16.680] and Africa.
[07:16.680 --> 07:18.600] I'm not going to list them all.
[07:18.600 --> 07:25.240] He is one of the founders and a former editor of the Journal of Zoo Animal Medicine.
[07:25.240 --> 07:30.880] He is a prolific author having published more than 70 scientific papers and six books including
[07:30.880 --> 07:37.040] the famous textbook, Diseases of Exotic Animals, still used today by leading veterinary schools
[07:37.040 --> 07:42.480] and on the Smithsonian Institute's recommended reading lists for zoological garden and aquarium
[07:42.480 --> 07:43.480] libraries.
[07:43.480 --> 07:49.240] Now, for Dr. Wallach's groundbreaking research on trace minerals, what he is highly known
[07:49.240 --> 07:54.840] for, as a researcher at the Emory University Yerkes, I hope I'm pronouncing that correctly,
[07:54.840 --> 08:00.840] maybe Yerkes, National Primate Center in Atlanta, Georgia in 1977, Dr. Wallach discovered
[08:00.840 --> 08:08.320] the world's first known case of nonhuman cystic fibrosis in a selenium deficient rhesus monkey.
[08:08.320 --> 08:13.840] At the time, cystic fibrosis was believed to be the result of a human genetic disorder.
[08:13.840 --> 08:19.320] Dr. Wallach's monumental discovery set him on a 20-year path of research on the health
[08:19.320 --> 08:22.320] benefits of selenium and other minerals.
[08:22.320 --> 08:27.560] As a result of his work, he became known as the mineral doctor and the founder of the
[08:27.560 --> 08:31.080] liquid mineral and founder of liquid mineral supplementation.
[08:31.080 --> 08:37.040] He has also founded the Young Jevity Company, along with Dr. Ma Lan, who is an MD and an
[08:37.040 --> 08:38.040] MS.
[08:38.040 --> 08:43.040] And Dr. Wallach currently dedicates his time lecturing throughout the world on the therapeutic
[08:43.040 --> 08:49.680] benefits of vitamins and minerals and on lobbying the FDA on behalf of the dietary supplement
[08:49.680 --> 08:50.680] industry.
[08:50.680 --> 08:55.000] His tireless efforts and dedication to the public's First Amendment rights to complete
[08:55.000 --> 09:01.000] information on the therapeutic benefits of nutrition prompted the FDA to establish qualified
[09:01.000 --> 09:07.520] health claims for selenium, quote, may reduce the risk of certain cancers, and omega-3 fatty
[09:07.520 --> 09:11.280] acids, quote, may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
[09:11.280 --> 09:16.200] Only a few qualified health claims exist, placing Young Jevity in a unique position among
[09:16.200 --> 09:20.120] dietary supplement and direct marketing companies.
[09:20.120 --> 09:25.000] Now, one thing that Dr. Wallach mentioned, or a couple of things that Dr. Wallach mentioned
[09:25.000 --> 09:32.440] last month, and also it's found in some videos, when he was in Africa doing research, nutritional
[09:32.440 --> 09:40.400] research in animals in Africa in the wild, he observed that animals, when given the choice
[09:40.400 --> 09:45.800] between clean water, crystal clear water, and dirty water, the animals would always go for
[09:45.800 --> 09:49.320] the dirty water instead of the pure clean spring water.
[09:49.320 --> 09:50.320] Why is this?
[09:50.320 --> 09:54.440] Well, it turns out because the dirty water is filled with the minerals and the animals
[09:54.440 --> 09:58.560] knew that that's, they just somehow instinctively knew that's what they needed.
[09:58.560 --> 10:04.280] And because of this, it prompted him to continue this research into minerals and the role of
[10:04.280 --> 10:05.600] the minerals in nutrition.
[10:05.600 --> 10:10.400] And he since has found the cause and I would dare say the cure for over 900 diseases.
[10:10.400 --> 10:14.920] Dr. Joel Wallach, thank you for coming on the air with us and welcome to the show.
[10:14.920 --> 10:21.720] Well, that was a mouthful, Deborah, thank you so much.
[10:21.720 --> 10:25.640] So Dr. Wallach, I wanted you to, I wanted to open up a bit.
[10:25.640 --> 10:30.960] The main reason we are having Dr. Wallach on the air tonight is to discuss his lobbying
[10:30.960 --> 10:36.000] efforts in the 70s to separate the vitamin industry from the pharmaceutical industry.
[10:36.000 --> 10:40.440] Folks, you can thank Dr. Wallach for the fact that you can walk into a store right now and
[10:40.440 --> 10:44.840] buy vitamin C instead of having to go to an allopath and get a prescription for it.
[10:44.840 --> 10:49.520] And of course, the pharmaceutical company is still, is trying to merge the pharmaceutical
[10:49.520 --> 10:51.760] and nutritional supplement industry again.
[10:51.760 --> 10:56.680] But it was due to Dr. Wallach's efforts that this is, these two industries are separating
[10:56.680 --> 10:57.680] right now.
[10:57.680 --> 11:02.280] And also the main thing we want to have him on tonight is to talk about how he has successfully
[11:02.280 --> 11:07.000] won seven lawsuits that he filed against the FDA.
[11:07.000 --> 11:13.480] But before we get to those issues, I just, Dr. Wallach, I'd like you to just maybe fill
[11:13.480 --> 11:19.360] us in, talk a bit about your career and your, and your research and, and also get a little
[11:19.360 --> 11:23.360] bit into what happened in the 70s with the Dachet Act.
[11:23.360 --> 11:24.360] Sure.
[11:24.360 --> 11:25.360] Okay.
[11:25.360 --> 11:26.360] Well, thank you so much, Deborah.
[11:26.360 --> 11:33.560] Well, actually, I grew up on a little cattle farm in Missouri, west of St. Louis.
[11:33.560 --> 11:36.760] And I was nine years old when I knew there was some importance to minerals.
[11:36.760 --> 11:38.000] I was only nine years old.
[11:38.000 --> 11:42.640] I had what would be called Tourette's Syndrome today, started when I was four.
[11:42.640 --> 11:47.840] I had facial tics and facial cramps and they got progressively worse between the ages of
[11:47.840 --> 11:48.840] four and nine.
[11:48.840 --> 11:52.840] And when I was nine years old, it was bad enough, I complained to my mom that all my
[11:52.840 --> 11:58.400] friends were saying that I was possessed and they could set off facial cramps and a whole
[11:58.400 --> 11:59.400] body tetanine.
[11:59.400 --> 12:00.400] I'd fall down and kick around.
[12:00.400 --> 12:03.560] It wasn't a seizure, but it was a whole body tetanine.
[12:03.560 --> 12:06.920] And so my mom took me to an eye doctor for some reason.
[12:06.920 --> 12:09.480] And the eye doctor said, well, I can't find anything wrong with him.
[12:09.480 --> 12:10.480] This was an MD eye doctor.
[12:10.480 --> 12:14.000] And I said, I can't find anything wrong with him except that he has long eyelashes or hitting
[12:14.000 --> 12:17.600] his glasses, curling back, and I believe tickling his eyeball, and that's what's setting all
[12:17.600 --> 12:18.600] this off.
[12:18.600 --> 12:22.400] Well, I'm nine years old and I can't buy that explanation.
[12:22.400 --> 12:26.880] So next day, I went to school, went to the library, and I got a nurse's health book and
[12:26.880 --> 12:30.600] I looked up long eyelashes, eyelid twitches, couldn't find anything.
[12:30.600 --> 12:34.880] So I just started going down through the words in the index and came to cramps, looked in
[12:34.880 --> 12:38.160] the book, what it said about cramps, said it was a calcium deficiency.
[12:38.160 --> 12:43.120] Now, in the morning before the bus was picking me up to take me to school, one of my chores
[12:43.120 --> 12:48.480] was to feed calves that we were going to auction off with a bag full of alfalfa pellets full
[12:48.480 --> 12:49.880] of vitamins and minerals.
[12:49.880 --> 12:58.160] And when you look at the analysis tag, it had many things in it, protein and carbohydrates
[12:58.160 --> 13:00.560] and fats and vitamins, but also said calcium.
[13:00.560 --> 13:05.000] So when I went home after school that day, I started eating handfuls of those calf pellets
[13:05.000 --> 13:09.400] and then threw the Cheerios out to the chickens in the morning and filled my cereal bowl full
[13:09.400 --> 13:11.240] of calf pellets and used milk on them.
[13:11.240 --> 13:15.440] And again, after school, did the same thing, ate more calf pellets by the third day.
[13:15.440 --> 13:20.080] All these facial cramps and facial ticks were gone.
[13:20.080 --> 13:23.480] The Tourette syndrome had been getting worse, worse, worse for five years, was gone in just
[13:23.480 --> 13:25.880] three days taking these calf pellets.
[13:25.880 --> 13:29.000] So I knew when I was nine years old that for some reason doctors didn't know anything about
[13:29.000 --> 13:34.720] nutrition and that more was known about nutrition for animals than it was for people.
[13:34.720 --> 13:38.240] And so I began making my own vitamin mineral supplements.
[13:38.240 --> 13:42.360] So when I was a kid, when I was nine years old, mixing dog food and calf pellets and
[13:42.360 --> 13:52.040] chicken food and that kind of stuff, and really got into the science of vitamins and minerals.
[13:52.040 --> 13:58.760] So when I went to agricultural school, I worked my way through school feeding the beef herd
[13:58.760 --> 14:02.440] for the university, feeding and milking the dairy herd for the university, did some work
[14:02.440 --> 14:07.480] for the poultry department, working my way through school.
[14:07.480 --> 14:13.440] And because I did a good job, the herdsman there actually gave me very good recommendations
[14:13.440 --> 14:17.480] and the first time I tried to get into veterinary school, halfway through ag school, got into
[14:17.480 --> 14:18.480] veterinary school.
[14:18.480 --> 14:24.160] So I was a sophomore in ag school, got into veterinary school, but I finished my ag school.
[14:24.160 --> 14:29.120] So I was a sophomore, veterinary student by the time I finished ag school and now I was
[14:29.120 --> 14:30.120] a graduate student.
[14:30.120 --> 14:34.920] So I started taking pathology courses because I like pathology, the fact that you could solve
[14:34.920 --> 14:39.960] problems by studying chemistry and under the microscope, looking for parasites or changes
[14:39.960 --> 14:42.320] in cells under the microscope.
[14:42.320 --> 14:46.960] And began to take graduate courses in pathology, became a pathologist, actually wrote the first
[14:46.960 --> 14:52.400] paper in a mass die-off in America from pollution in 1962.
[14:52.400 --> 14:59.120] I was only 22 years old, wrote the first national paper on a mass die-off in America from pollution.
[14:59.120 --> 15:02.360] That one paper actually began to steer the rest of my life.
[15:02.360 --> 15:05.680] And so that's kind of how it all started.
[15:05.680 --> 15:12.120] When I graduated veterinary school, I taught pathology already at the Iowa State University
[15:12.120 --> 15:17.520] and the State Diagnostic Laboratory in Ames, Iowa.
[15:17.520 --> 15:22.320] Marlon Perkins from the old Mutual Omaha Wild Kingdom show got me the position in Africa
[15:22.320 --> 15:26.800] where I was able to go to Africa and work on Operation Rhino, saving the white rhino
[15:26.800 --> 15:27.800] from extinction.
[15:27.800 --> 15:32.120] There was only a few hundred head of white rhinos left out there back at that time.
[15:32.120 --> 15:36.560] And actually participated in catching 200 of them, sending them back to the United States
[15:36.560 --> 15:39.520] or wild animal parks in Europe and the U.S.
[15:39.520 --> 15:44.080] And so you see a white rhino in captivity today, it's either one that I caught or offsprings
[15:44.080 --> 15:45.080] are the ones that I caught.
[15:45.080 --> 15:48.520] So I'm quite proud of being involved with the saving of a species.
[15:48.520 --> 15:51.160] That doesn't happen very often.
[15:51.160 --> 15:56.960] And then when it came back was because Perkins had gotten his grant to Washington University
[15:56.960 --> 16:02.840] to actually combine the resources of a Washington University Department of Botany, the St. Louis
[16:02.840 --> 16:07.280] Zoo, and the Shaw's Botanical Gardens.
[16:07.280 --> 16:09.560] And I was the pathologist on the project.
[16:09.560 --> 16:15.920] There was over 30 postgraduate students there and the whole idea was to solve the pollution
[16:15.920 --> 16:18.320] problems in the world.
[16:18.320 --> 16:26.080] And because of that paper I had written in 1962, I was given the post as the pathologist,
[16:26.080 --> 16:28.480] part pathologist on the project.
[16:28.480 --> 16:35.600] And over a period of 12 years, Ashwanda doing some 17,500 autopsies and over 454 species
[16:35.600 --> 16:42.360] of animals and over 3,000 human beings who live in close proximity to zoos, looking for
[16:42.360 --> 16:46.960] a canary in the mine, some species of animals or human that would give us early warnings
[16:46.960 --> 16:47.960] of pollution.
[16:47.960 --> 16:48.960] Amazing.
[16:48.960 --> 16:49.960] So that's how we begin the story.
[16:49.960 --> 16:50.960] Okay.
[16:50.960 --> 16:51.960] All right.
[16:51.960 --> 16:52.960] We are cutting to break right now.
[16:52.960 --> 16:53.960] We will continue the story on the other side, folks.

[19:37.360 --> 19:42.400] Folks, before Dr. Wallach continues with the story, I just want to let folks know how you

[20:29.880 --> 20:42.960] can call 512-646-6444, that's 512-646-6444 and you can also call that number to buy Dr.
[20:42.960 --> 20:45.360] Joe Wallach's books, very interesting books.
[20:45.360 --> 20:49.120] All right, Dr. Wallach, I just want to give up those phone numbers on that website for
[20:49.120 --> 20:53.080] folks to be able to get your books and your products and now please continue.
[20:53.080 --> 20:59.320] Okay, well, working there at the Center for the Biology of Natural Systems, which is what
[20:59.320 --> 21:04.200] these combined facilities were called, again, the Botany Department of Washington University,
[21:04.200 --> 21:11.680] the St. Louis Zoo and the Shaw's Botanical Gardens, the whole idea was to look and see
[21:11.680 --> 21:15.800] if there were species of animals that could be used as an early warning system to impending
[21:15.800 --> 21:19.520] doom from pollution, kind of like the old Welsh coal miners used to use canaries.
[21:19.520 --> 21:23.200] They'd take them down the mine and if methane gas or carbon monoxide would leak into the
[21:23.200 --> 21:26.600] mine, the canaries would, more sensitive, they'd drop off the perch and die given the
[21:26.600 --> 21:32.720] guy's chance to get out and that was kind of Marlon Perkins' concept, it was really
[21:32.720 --> 21:38.680] great stuff and what we found was the pollution, ambient pollution, background pollution wasn't
[21:38.680 --> 21:39.680] really the problem.
[21:39.680 --> 21:45.880] Obviously, when you have some kind of disaster like the BP spill there in the Gulf and you
[21:45.880 --> 21:52.120] can wipe out lots of local animals and it devastates the human population and so forth,
[21:52.120 --> 21:54.920] but those are catastrophic accidents.
[21:54.920 --> 21:59.440] When it comes to just the ambient background of pollution from car waste and people breathing
[21:59.440 --> 22:05.960] carbon dioxide back out in the air, those things are consumed and used as fuel, actually,
[22:05.960 --> 22:12.480] by the organisms, the plankton and the algae and things like that growing in the oceans,
[22:12.480 --> 22:22.680] just massive stuff and everybody at that time during the 70s were concerned with the oceans
[22:22.680 --> 22:28.040] dying and the number of fish and other organisms in the oceans depleting and they felt it was
[22:28.040 --> 22:29.040] from pollution.
[22:29.040 --> 22:34.080] Well, it turns out that the systematic destruction of the food supply of the ocean was a problem,
[22:34.080 --> 22:39.800] not pollution and by damming up all the rivers to control floods, they cut off the silt supply
[22:39.800 --> 22:42.480] to the ocean, which is the food for the ocean.
[22:42.480 --> 22:47.480] They cut off the silt supply to the ocean, which is the minerals coming down into the
[22:47.480 --> 22:52.520] ocean, which then fed the plankton and the algae, which then was eaten by the small fish,
[22:52.520 --> 22:56.880] the medium-sized fish and then the larger fish, cut off the food supply so everything
[22:56.880 --> 23:04.040] began to die, small things first up to the big things and this is yet the problem today
[23:04.040 --> 23:09.560] is the food supply to the ocean has been constricted by damming up all these rivers, which was
[23:09.560 --> 23:12.520] the arteries bringing the food supply to the ocean.
[23:12.520 --> 23:16.920] So we have to be careful there, it's a food problem, it isn't a pollution problem.
[23:16.920 --> 23:24.000] Same thing is true with humans and of course, you pointed out that I went back to school
[23:24.000 --> 23:26.920] to become a naturopathic physician, well, why did I do that?
[23:26.920 --> 23:31.600] Well, because when I discovered, and you're right, it's the Yerkes Primate Regional Primate
[23:31.600 --> 23:38.320] Center, there's eight national facilities where primates are studied at various universities
[23:38.320 --> 23:43.440] around the country and this one, Yerkes, where I was working is at the Emory University in
[23:43.440 --> 23:49.880] Atlanta, Georgia and I discovered the first non-human case of cystic fibrosis and I tracked
[23:49.880 --> 23:55.880] it back, figured out exactly that it was a congenital deficiency of selenium and I could
[23:55.880 --> 23:57.080] reproduce it.
[23:57.080 --> 24:03.680] And then when you looked in the research of farm animals, they had in the studies of selenium
[24:03.680 --> 24:10.240] deficiency had created cystic fibrosis and animals, but they believed it was a genetic
[24:10.240 --> 24:14.680] disease in humans and so it couldn't be cystic fibrosis and animals and much of the research
[24:14.680 --> 24:20.240] had already been done, so I connected the dots and brought this to the attention of
[24:20.240 --> 24:25.480] the FDA and they at first were very excited and they had me speak in laboratory animal
[24:25.480 --> 24:29.640] model groups and I told them, hey, I can provide you with any number of monkeys you want with
[24:29.640 --> 24:33.920] cystic fibrosis at least as an animal model, even if it's not what it is, you know, it's
[24:33.920 --> 24:39.000] not cystic fibrosis at least, it's close enough, the experts say that it is and so I can get
[24:39.000 --> 24:44.280] you animal models to study and they fired me and so I went back to school and became
[24:44.280 --> 24:48.480] a naturopathic physician and naturopathic physicians believe in nutrition and my whole
[24:48.480 --> 24:53.840] goal was to get a license where I could treat humans and so I was going to treat cystic
[24:53.840 --> 24:58.920] fibrosis kids. Well, they're an orphan disease and the government gives them free treatment
[24:58.920 --> 25:03.520] and so they weren't going to come from all over the world to have to pay me to treat
[25:03.520 --> 25:07.920] them and they could get free treatment, albeit wrong in their minds if it was all correct
[25:07.920 --> 25:11.960] and so I starving to death and I began to utilize everything I had learned in the veterinary
[25:11.960 --> 25:16.500] industry, my human patients to eliminate arthritis and high blood pressure and heart disease
[25:16.500 --> 25:24.280] and dementias and back problems and diabetes, obesity and thyroid problems and my patients
[25:24.280 --> 25:29.600] used to say I treat them like dogs but they got better and so because I was using veterinary
[25:29.600 --> 25:34.920] nutrition on my human patients and so they got a kick out of that and we had a lot of
[25:34.920 --> 25:39.800] fun and became known and so people began to come from all over the place and long about
[25:39.800 --> 25:52.600] 1990, I say 1990, about that point, I needed a bigger army if you will and so began to
[25:52.600 --> 25:58.120] look at network marketing as a way of raising an army to pass on the message because I couldn't
[25:58.120 --> 26:04.520] speak often enough to reach some of the people I wanted to and by 1993 the dead doctors don't
[26:04.520 --> 26:12.400] lie, audio cassette tape came out and one guy recognized this as a really kind of groundbreaking
[26:12.400 --> 26:18.600] piece of information pointing out the failures of the megal system and so he bought 20 million
[26:18.600 --> 26:24.960] copies, one guy bought 20 million copies and that branded me and they were at a buck of
[26:24.960 --> 26:30.000] piece that was pretty good back in those days and so he branded me but he mailed them out
[26:30.000 --> 26:36.000] for free, he mailed them out for free and that set off where we are today with that
[26:36.000 --> 26:39.640] dead doctors don't lie and the whole idea was that the megal system is a very, very
[26:39.640 --> 26:40.640] dangerous system.
[26:40.640 --> 26:46.680] I find it kind of amusing that these poor children who are killed in this mass shooting
[26:46.680 --> 26:53.600] here in this school, there's 28 people killed, 20 students, six adults and of course the
[26:53.600 --> 26:57.360] shooter shot himself and his mom so for a total of 28 people.
[26:57.360 --> 27:01.200] Well each month medical doctors according to the U.S. Department of Health and Human
[27:01.200 --> 27:06.680] Services Office of Inspector General has no extra grind, the Office of Inspector General
[27:06.680 --> 27:11.600] for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services say medical doctors kill 15,000,
[27:11.600 --> 27:20.040] they use the kill word kill 15,000 senior citizens, Medicare patients every month.
[27:20.040 --> 27:26.040] The Center for Disease Control came out in 2007 and said every year medical doctors kill
[27:26.040 --> 27:30.280] injured in fact 15 million of their customers at the workplace.
[27:30.280 --> 27:37.560] In fact last year, actually earlier this year, they killed our top astronaut, Neil Armstrong,
[27:37.560 --> 27:41.840] was killed by a medical doctor, he didn't die of natural causes, he died of complications
[27:41.840 --> 27:46.000] of an elective unnecessary cardiovascular procedure because the doctor wanted to get
[27:46.000 --> 27:51.680] famous by doing that procedure on Neil Armstrong, the guy kills Neil Armstrong and gets a walk.
[27:51.680 --> 27:55.200] Now if Al Qaeda would have killed Neil Armstrong, we'd have sent SEAL Team 6 and drones out
[27:55.200 --> 28:00.600] there to kill the guy at the very least, but doctors get a walk.
[28:00.600 --> 28:06.480] And of course when you look at the number of people who are infected in hospitals, two
[28:06.480 --> 28:13.760] million people are infected in hospitals each year and we're looking at 90,000 die and
[28:13.760 --> 28:16.880] no doctor goes to jail.
[28:16.880 --> 28:22.000] Headlines in the Wall Street Journal today were surgeons make thousands of mistakes.
[28:22.000 --> 28:29.320] In the VA hospital alone, Deborah, each year in the VA hospital alone, there's 3,000 catastrophic
[28:29.320 --> 28:37.280] mistakes inflicted upon our veterans of which 700 die every year and the doctors get a walk.
[28:37.280 --> 28:42.880] Nobody seems to want to put a ban on doctors for killing that many people in America but
[28:42.880 --> 28:49.800] to let somebody who's really crazy and should have been institutionalized many years earlier,
[28:49.800 --> 28:53.680] but the psychologists didn't want to give up their income stream.
[28:53.680 --> 28:59.400] And so they kept that patient and the patient wound up killing people because the drugs
[28:59.400 --> 29:00.560] wouldn't restrain them anymore.
[29:00.560 --> 29:06.880] Yeah, now Dr. Wally, last month, didn't you say something like surgeons either amputate
[29:06.880 --> 29:12.520] or operate on the wrong body part of a patient, something like 40 times a month or 40 times
[29:12.520 --> 29:13.520] a year?
[29:13.520 --> 29:14.520] 40 times a week.
[29:14.520 --> 29:15.520] 40 times a week.
[29:15.520 --> 29:16.720] 40 times a week, yep.
[29:16.720 --> 29:21.840] That's 40 times in their entire career, but in general, every single surgeon operates
[29:21.840 --> 29:27.400] on or amputates the wrong body part 40 times a week?
[29:27.400 --> 29:31.280] Wrong body part or does the operation of the wrong person 40 times a week is correct.
[29:31.280 --> 29:32.280] I'm still the wrong person.
[29:32.280 --> 29:33.280] Oh my goodness.
[29:33.280 --> 29:34.280] Lord help us.
[29:34.280 --> 29:36.120] He'll take out the good lung and leave the cancerous lung in.
[29:36.120 --> 29:39.080] They do that kind of stuff, like I say, 40 times a week each surgeon.
[29:39.080 --> 29:40.080] Oh Lord.
[29:40.080 --> 29:42.360] Okay, well listen, we're going to come back folks on the other side.
[29:42.360 --> 29:46.800] We're going to talk some more about the corruption in the medical industry, how there's no law
[29:46.800 --> 29:50.680] requiring doctors to dispense a cure even if they know the cure exists.
[29:50.680 --> 29:55.000] We're going to talk about what happened in the 70s with the Chase Act, the FDA lawsuits
[29:55.000 --> 29:56.000] and more.
[29:56.000 --> 30:00.400] If you want to call in 512-646-1984.
[30:00.400 --> 30:05.800] This is Building 7, a 47 story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11.
[30:05.800 --> 30:07.960] The government says that fire brought it down.
[30:07.960 --> 30:12.840] Over 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[30:12.840 --> 30:15.560] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[30:15.560 --> 30:18.280] 1,000 of my fellow force responders are dying.
[30:18.280 --> 30:19.720] I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[30:19.720 --> 30:20.720] I'm a structural engineer.
[30:20.720 --> 30:22.120] I'm a New York City correction officer.
[30:22.120 --> 30:23.120] I'm an Air Force pilot.
[30:23.120 --> 30:24.720] I'm a father who lost his son.
[30:24.720 --> 30:27.400] We're Americans and we deserve the truth.
[30:27.400 --> 30:31.080] Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[30:31.080 --> 30:36.920] HempUSA.org has moved and expanded its operations for faster worldwide shipping.
[30:36.920 --> 30:42.400] Our product line has grown from five to nearly 100 items in less than five years.

[31:00.200 --> 31:07.200] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't
[31:07.200 --> 31:09.880] so easy and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[31:09.880 --> 31:13.160] Oh, well I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[31:13.160 --> 31:14.160] Brave New Books?
[31:14.160 --> 31:15.160] Yes.
[31:15.160 --> 31:19.360] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones,
[31:19.360 --> 31:21.360] Ron Paul and G. Edward Griffin.
[31:21.360 --> 31:24.760] They even stock inner food, Burkey products and Calvin Soaps.
[31:24.760 --> 31:27.680] There's no way a place like that exists.
[31:27.680 --> 31:29.120] Go check it out for yourself.
[31:29.120 --> 31:32.840] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT.
[31:32.840 --> 31:33.840] Oh, by UT?
[31:33.840 --> 31:36.760] There's never anywhere to park down there.
[31:36.760 --> 31:42.120] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking
[31:42.120 --> 31:45.120] facility just behind the bookstore.
[31:45.120 --> 31:48.040] It does exist, but when are they open?
[31:48.040 --> 31:52.880] Monday through Saturday, 11am to 9pm and 1-6pm on Sundays.
[31:52.880 --> 31:59.000] So give them a call at 512-480-2503 or check out their events page at Brave New Bookstore
[31:59.000 --> 32:00.000] dot com.
[32:00.000 --> 32:06.000] Live free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com.
[32:06.000 --> 32:28.960] Okay, folks, we are back with Dr. Joel Wallach, pioneer researcher in nutrition.
[32:28.960 --> 32:38.840] And one thing I wanted to comment on going back to this issue about the cystic fibrosis
[32:38.840 --> 32:43.160] and the fact that they had believed or I guess some doctors still believe that's a genetic
[32:43.160 --> 32:44.160] disorder.
[32:44.160 --> 32:50.240] Well, this is just a theory of mine, but it seems like every time that the allopaths can't
[32:50.240 --> 32:54.160] figure out what really causes a disease, they just chalk it up as being genetic.
[32:54.160 --> 33:00.120] And even if they can see a quote unquote medical history that quote unquote runs in the family,
[33:00.120 --> 33:02.640] they're saying, oh, well, then that condition is genetic.
[33:02.640 --> 33:06.840] I think it's just because they all eat the same foods and all have the same nutritional
[33:06.840 --> 33:07.840] deficiencies.
[33:07.840 --> 33:08.840] That's what I think.
[33:08.840 --> 33:10.840] I mean, what's your comment on that?
[33:10.840 --> 33:14.560] Well, first of all, I think you're a very dangerous woman, Deborah, because you know
[33:14.560 --> 33:15.560] the truth.
[33:15.560 --> 33:22.120] All right, so back to the correction in the medical industry.
[33:22.120 --> 33:27.360] And you were discussing this, and I was leading out with the fact that there is no law requiring
[33:27.360 --> 33:32.160] doctors to dispense a cure even when they know a cure exists.
[33:32.160 --> 33:35.360] So you want to continue talking about the corruption in the medical industry?
[33:35.360 --> 33:36.360] Well, sure.
[33:36.360 --> 33:40.920] This is not a new theme, of course, Benjamin Rush, who's one of the signers of the Declaration
[33:40.920 --> 33:41.920] of Independence.
[33:41.920 --> 33:46.160] He was the top surgeon, military surgeon, a revolutionary army.
[33:46.160 --> 33:49.200] He also is the contributing author to the Constitution.
[33:49.200 --> 33:52.320] He was always sending communications to Thomas Jefferson.
[33:52.320 --> 34:00.720] One of the things he said to him prior to 1776, he said, we really have to have a statement
[34:00.720 --> 34:05.160] put in the Constitution which assures that every individual have their right to choose
[34:05.160 --> 34:10.280] whatever type of doctor they want to have health freedom, just like we do have the First
[34:10.280 --> 34:12.920] Amendment for freedom of religion and freedom of speech.
[34:12.920 --> 34:14.160] We don't do that.
[34:14.160 --> 34:17.400] He said one class of men, he wasn't talking about economic class, he was talking about
[34:17.400 --> 34:23.200] one different type of doctor, will eventually wind up being kind of the king of the hill,
[34:23.200 --> 34:27.320] kill off all the other competitions, and it will turn out to be the best deal of health
[34:27.320 --> 34:32.760] care, which he thought was despotic and un-American, which are the words he used.
[34:32.760 --> 34:39.040] And so his worst nightmares have come true because just about 100 years ago in 1914,
[34:39.040 --> 34:54.440] there was a guy by the name of a retired college professor, and he went around and examined
[34:54.440 --> 35:00.560] all the colleges for Andrew Carnegie and for the Rockefellers.
[35:00.560 --> 35:18.200] He made a list of all the medical colleges and the different types, and of course the
[35:18.200 --> 35:30.520] Rockefellers and Flexner was his name, and he came up with this report that the red
[35:30.520 --> 35:34.640] Rockefellers and Andrew Carnegie jumped on, and they found a lot of money and gave grants
[35:34.640 --> 35:39.800] for students to go to the various schools that sold pharmaceuticals that were made from
[35:39.800 --> 35:44.440] petroleum products, and all the other ones weren't attacked directly, but they dried
[35:44.440 --> 35:45.560] up for lack of students.
[35:45.560 --> 35:49.560] They were all private schools, and they couldn't function without students coming and paying
[35:49.560 --> 35:52.320] their tuition, so they all dried up.
[35:52.320 --> 35:57.480] And so then the medical system jumped on it even further, and they started getting legislation
[35:57.480 --> 36:04.440] making the things like chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, herbalists, and so
[36:04.440 --> 36:10.440] forth as quacks in all the state laws, and in many cases the Constitution making it illegal,
[36:10.440 --> 36:14.840] proactively in the Constitution make it illegal for these types of practitioners to operate
[36:14.840 --> 36:16.280] in their states.
[36:16.280 --> 36:23.040] And so they became a legislated, protected monopoly that they were self-leasing.
[36:23.040 --> 36:28.640] They had oversight over them, and they had their own committees review all the bad boys,
[36:28.640 --> 36:34.080] and of course they slapped their hands and gave them two weeks of their license being
[36:34.080 --> 36:38.200] suspended, and they let them come back to work, and they kill somebody, and they suspend
[36:38.200 --> 36:41.400] their license for a month, and they let them come back to work, or make them go to another
[36:41.400 --> 36:44.680] state where they get re-licensed and so forth.
[36:44.680 --> 36:52.280] And so they're this protected monopoly that by giving legislators money, the legislators
[36:52.280 --> 36:57.800] now have, even insurance will only pay medical doctors, allopathic medical doctors.
[36:57.800 --> 37:02.880] So they're a very well-protected, very well-financed group of people.
[37:02.880 --> 37:08.480] Now they also, as you pointed out, have legislated themselves into a position to where they are
[37:08.480 --> 37:09.480] not required to cure you.
[37:09.480 --> 37:13.480] There's no law requiring them to cure you if there's a cure available.
[37:13.480 --> 37:19.440] And back in the 1990s when there was this big debate between the HMOs and doctors, everybody
[37:19.440 --> 37:22.200] went for the doctors because doctors were stopping around and saying, hey, look, we're
[37:22.200 --> 37:26.120] the ones that need to be treating patients, not some accountant in the HMO, and America
[37:26.120 --> 37:27.120] chose poorly.
[37:27.120 --> 37:30.840] They should have gone with the HMOs because the HMOs wanted to cure you, and get your
[37:30.840 --> 37:35.320] hundred dollars a month for 30, 40, 50 years, and they never had to treat you because they
[37:35.320 --> 37:36.320] cured you.
[37:36.320 --> 37:40.960] Well, yeah, in that situation, the insurance companies are actually on the side of the
[37:40.960 --> 37:46.760] people because they didn't want to, they just want to make money, they just want to maximize
[37:46.760 --> 37:47.760] their profit.
[37:47.760 --> 37:52.120] And they don't want to have to shell out the bucks for all these long-term treatments
[37:52.120 --> 37:53.120] that are unnecessary.
[37:53.120 --> 37:56.280] They want to cure you and get you out the door and just collect the monthly premiums.
[37:56.280 --> 37:57.960] Well, you're exactly right.
[37:57.960 --> 38:02.280] But to protect against that, the medical doctors had it legislated in each state where there's
[38:02.280 --> 38:06.320] a medical committee attached to each insurance company, and the medical committee has to
[38:06.320 --> 38:11.320] decide what is paid for by the insurance committee and which is not, and of course they only
[38:11.320 --> 38:15.440] choose medical treatments to be paid for by the insurance companies.
[38:15.440 --> 38:17.840] So this is a problem there.
[38:17.840 --> 38:21.280] And so the only way to escape all this is for people to begin to take care of themselves.
[38:21.280 --> 38:30.280] It's kind of a form of rebellion, or we're going to not use a, you know, we're going
[38:30.280 --> 38:36.160] to boycott a system that is bad, and that's the way to inflict pain upon them because
[38:36.160 --> 38:39.480] insurance pays them whether they kill you or save you, it doesn't matter.
[38:39.480 --> 38:44.880] They get paid, and so the only way to change the system is to not use it, make them very
[38:44.880 --> 38:47.200] humble by not using them.
[38:47.200 --> 38:49.600] And so this is a problem.
[38:49.600 --> 38:53.320] And so my wife and I came up with a book called Let's Play Doctor.
[38:53.320 --> 38:57.160] We teach people how to, and there's a trilogy of books called Let's Play Doctor, Let's Be
[38:57.160 --> 39:01.400] Herbal Doctor, and Let's Play, that's a passport and aromatherapy, those three books.
[39:01.400 --> 39:04.880] We'll teach people how to deal with over 900 different diseases themselves.
[39:04.880 --> 39:11.280] I've got my nutritional deficiencies, infectious diseases, one of my favorite infectious diseases
[39:11.280 --> 39:12.280] is rheumatoid arthritis.
[39:12.280 --> 39:17.040] Rheumatoid arthritis we've known for 70 years in the Andean tree is actually an infection
[39:17.040 --> 39:19.040] with a bug called mycoplasma.
[39:19.040 --> 39:23.760] It has features of a virus, and it grows inside your cells, it has features of a bacteria,
[39:23.760 --> 39:28.760] and it is killable with antibiotics, there's an antibiotic, Deborah, called minocycline,
[39:28.760 --> 39:32.800] like the baitfish mino, minocycline, which is a member of the family of tetracycline,
[39:32.800 --> 39:40.200] and in two weeks time it'll kill that bug, minocycline will kill the bug called mycoplasma,
[39:40.200 --> 39:42.800] which is the cause of rheumatoid arthritis.
[39:42.800 --> 39:47.400] Nobody needs to have rheumatoid arthritis any longer than two weeks if they get it right
[39:47.400 --> 39:48.400] away.
[39:48.400 --> 39:51.720] Now if you've had it for 25 years you're going to have cartilage and ligament tendon and joint
[39:51.720 --> 39:56.960] and bone damage, which might take you 90 days rebuild, and we have systems by which we can
[39:56.960 --> 40:01.160] show people how to rebuild all the tissues that have been damaged by rheumatoid arthritis
[40:01.160 --> 40:02.160] after it's killed.
[40:02.160 --> 40:05.800] Now personally I don't like to use antibiotics if you don't have to, so we came up with an
[40:05.800 --> 40:10.280] herbal combination, we call killer biotic, which is eight herbs in colostrum and a few
[40:10.280 --> 40:15.280] other things in there that actually support the immune system, and several of those eight
[40:15.280 --> 40:22.160] herbs that are in there actually have the capacity to kill bugs, they have the ability
[40:22.160 --> 40:28.480] to kill bacteria and viruses and so forth, and usually within the two to three months
[40:28.480 --> 40:33.920] your own body has killed that mycoplasma, chased it off, and it takes 60, 90 days to
[40:33.920 --> 40:38.320] take what we call the healthy bone and joint pack, which is the healthy start pack and
[40:38.320 --> 40:42.640] our gluca gel, which is the raw material to support and promote maintenance, repair of
[40:42.640 --> 40:47.520] cartilage, ligaments, tendons, connective tissue, joint castles, tendon sheaths, disc
[40:47.520 --> 40:54.560] between the vertebrae, and usually again within three, four, five, six months you're now an
[40:54.560 --> 41:00.520] ex, you're an ex rheumatoid arthritis patient, and I've had people who are all knurled up
[41:00.520 --> 41:06.960] like a pretzel for 23 years, and within one year's time they could play concert piano,
[41:06.960 --> 41:10.280] they could hold their hands up, and you wouldn't recognize that they were the same person in
[41:10.280 --> 41:15.040] the X-rays that they display that shows all their hands all knurled up, because the body
[41:15.040 --> 41:18.320] will strain itself up given the right raw materials.
[41:18.320 --> 41:23.120] This is absolutely amazing, and pretty much this is the way it is folks, with every disease
[41:23.120 --> 41:30.440] known to mankind, diabetes, high blood pressure, you name it, I mean it's my conclusion that
[41:30.440 --> 41:35.160] basically all disease known to mankind is a result of either some type of nutritional
[41:35.160 --> 41:41.640] deficiency or toxicity, or both, or poor eating, like not enough protein, eating a bunch of
[41:41.640 --> 41:45.240] sugar, and stuff like that, I mean Dr. Wallach, you want to comment on that statement, am
[41:45.240 --> 41:46.480] I on the right path here?
[41:46.480 --> 41:50.360] Well I think you're on the right path, there's some disease of course like swine, flu, they're
[41:50.360 --> 41:54.920] caused by a virus, if your nutrition is strong enough you may be able to fend it off, but
[41:54.920 --> 41:58.560] for instance let's just look at birth effects, and most doctors think that all birth effects
[41:58.560 --> 42:02.440] are genetic, well there's not a single birth effect that's genetic, they're all caused
[42:02.440 --> 42:07.080] by nutritional deficiencies of the embryo, and we've eliminated all birth effects in
[42:07.080 --> 42:12.840] animals, I'm going to repeat that Debra, we've eliminated all birth effects in animals simply
[42:12.840 --> 42:18.080] by giving the females preconception, nutrition, in a perfect manner, and so I have to waggle
[42:18.080 --> 42:23.760] my finger at the OBGYNs because there's no reason for any child being barmed with cerebral
[42:23.760 --> 42:29.400] palsy, Down syndrome, cleft palate, spinal bifidus, cystic fibrosis, mustard history,
[42:29.400 --> 42:37.640] heart defects, limb defects, finger and toe defects, all that stuff, pernias, none of that
[42:37.640 --> 42:42.200] is necessary, it's all totally preventable, and if we just get these little bitty girls
[42:42.200 --> 42:47.440] before they even start walking, get them on the 90th sense of nutrients, within one generation
[42:47.440 --> 42:53.240] there'll never be another birth effect because we will have nourished our young women and
[42:53.240 --> 42:56.360] there'll never be another birth effect, it's just if we did it in animals we can do it
[42:56.360 --> 43:04.200] in humans, and that brings up another subject, mustard history, I actually cured my first
[43:04.200 --> 43:10.040] case of mustard history in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania about, oh gosh, 20 something
[43:10.040 --> 43:14.160] years ago, and that was the only one that ever got a hold of, and it was very difficult
[43:14.160 --> 43:18.240] to find any others because they're always, again, an orphan disease, they're always getting
[43:18.240 --> 43:23.240] pre-treatment from some agency because of all the telethons by Jerry Lewis and that
[43:23.240 --> 43:27.880] kind of thing, about three years ago now we started sending Jerry Lewis all of our data
[43:27.880 --> 43:35.680] because we ran into a place where we could deal with hundreds of kids with mustard history,
[43:35.680 --> 43:38.160] and I'll tell you the Jerry Lewis story after these messages.
[43:38.160 --> 43:43.240] Absolutely, and I just want to follow up with why the doctors will not cure these diseases
[43:43.240 --> 43:48.760] like rheumatoid arthritis, it's because if they treat you for 40 years or 50 years,
[43:48.760 --> 43:53.520] they end up making about $750,000 off of you and your insurance company, and since there's
[43:53.520 --> 43:57.320] no law preventing such a thing, what choice do you think they're going to choose?
[43:57.320 --> 44:02.160] All right, we'll be right back, folks.
[44:02.160 --> 44:06.320] The Oakland City bombing, top 10 reasons to question the official story.
[44:06.320 --> 44:10.080] Reason number two, why was the ATF AWOL?
[44:10.080 --> 44:14.160] Public Tiffany Bible, who was on the scene within five minutes, has stated in an effort
[44:14.160 --> 44:18.480] David that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms told her that they were
[44:18.480 --> 44:20.280] not in the office that morning.
[44:20.280 --> 44:24.920] D&T Catherine Mallet also overheard one agent say to another, close, is that why we got
[44:24.920 --> 44:27.680] the page to not come in today, end quote.
[44:27.680 --> 44:32.480] Bruce Shaw, as interviewed on KSOR TV, was also told by ATF agents that they had been
[44:32.480 --> 44:34.880] paged to not come into work.
[44:34.880 --> 44:39.400] The ATF initially denied these claims, and now variously claim that one of their agents
[44:39.400 --> 44:43.240] was in a free-falling elevator which has been disproven, or that they had been in an all-night
[44:43.240 --> 44:45.720] stakeout, or that they had been in a golf tournament.
[44:45.720 --> 44:51.240] As they try to sort out their lies, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning,
[44:51.240 --> 44:56.240] and if so, why did they not pass it on to others in the world of alcohol?

[46:14.640 --> 46:16.720] We only have one more segment in this hour.
[46:16.720 --> 46:21.600] Dr. Wallach was only going to stay with us for one hour, but he's agreed to stay until
[46:21.600 --> 46:25.800] the bottom of the next hour, so we've got him for another 45 minutes, so when we haven't
[46:25.800 --> 46:29.200] even gotten into the FDA lawsuit yet, which was the main reason I wanted to have him on
[46:29.200 --> 46:34.760] anyway, but folks, just before Dr. Wallach continues about the Jerry Lee Lewis and the
[46:34.760 --> 46:39.840] muscular dystrophy story, if you would like to buy some products or if you'd like to sign
[46:39.840 --> 46:44.440] up to become a preferred customer or even become a distributor and support Logos Radio
[46:44.440 --> 46:52.200] Network, then you can go to the website of the network, LogosRadioNetwork.com, and click
[46:52.200 --> 46:55.760] on the Tangy Tangerine banner on the left side of the website, and that will bring you
[46:55.760 --> 47:00.880] to the young Jevity page of Logos Radio Network, where you can sign up, be a preferred customer,
[47:00.880 --> 47:05.520] you click Join, where you can, you'll have the option to either be a distributor or a
[47:05.520 --> 47:17.440] customer, or you can call 512-646-6444, that's 512-646-6444 to get Dr. Wallach's books or
[47:17.440 --> 47:22.760] to get the products. He's got some great names for his books, by the way. I think one of
[47:22.760 --> 47:30.760] them is called Dial MD for Murder. I love it. So Dr. Wallach, you were telling the story
[47:30.760 --> 47:34.800] of Jerry Lee Lewis and muscular dystrophy, and then after you do that, I want to get
[47:34.800 --> 47:40.800] into what you did in the 70s for the separation of the vitamin industry from the pharmaceutical
[47:40.800 --> 47:44.320] industry, the Dishay Act, and then we need to get into the lawsuits before we run out
[47:44.320 --> 47:46.720] of time. So tell us the muscular dystrophy story.
[47:46.720 --> 47:52.160] Quickly, this is Jerry Lewis, like Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, as opposed to Jerry Lee Lewis.
[47:52.160 --> 47:59.360] I know you're a rock and roll fan, not Jerry Lee Lewis, but Jerry Lewis. Jerry, of course,
[47:59.360 --> 48:04.880] back, I think it was like in the 1970s, started doing telethons to raise money for research
[48:04.880 --> 48:09.240] for muscular dystrophy. We had known the cause prevention, cure of muscular dystrophy in animals
[48:09.240 --> 48:13.680] back in the 1950s, because anything that disrupts the agricultural industry, they find
[48:13.680 --> 48:18.520] out the cause and cure very quickly, especially when it has to do with meat. And you have
[48:18.520 --> 48:22.320] an animal with muscular dystrophy, obviously, you can't use that meat for human consumption,
[48:22.320 --> 48:27.600] so they found out very quickly. It was a simple nutritional deficiency. And I was just chomping
[48:27.600 --> 48:33.600] into bits since that first case, 20, almost 30 years ago. It was cured very quickly, just
[48:33.600 --> 48:43.080] a couple of months. So we ran into this cluster of families all over the place that have kids
[48:43.080 --> 48:48.360] with muscular dystrophy. And so we started reversing it, just using simple nutritional
[48:48.360 --> 48:55.000] stuff. And we sent all this data by email and also by hard copy, copies of it to Jerry
[48:55.000 --> 49:02.640] Lewis and his offices and talked to his personal assistant Violet. And we said, look, we don't
[49:02.640 --> 49:06.040] want any money. We're not contacting Jerry because we want money. We've already solved
[49:06.040 --> 49:11.040] the problems. We don't need money for research. But we've been able to reverse muscular dystrophy
[49:11.040 --> 49:14.720] in hundreds of kids. We can do this in thousands. We can do this in millions of kids. There's
[49:14.720 --> 49:18.360] not another kid on earth that should ever be born with muscular dystrophy. It's totally
[49:18.360 --> 49:21.840] preventable and totally reversal because it's a biochemical problem. You don't even need
[49:21.840 --> 49:29.600] surgery. We can fix these kids. And so Violet took it to Jerry Lewis. He took it to the
[49:29.600 --> 49:33.000] Medical Committee of the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation. He said, look, I don't know who
[49:33.000 --> 49:36.000] this wallet is. He could be a nut for all I know. But here's all these records of all
[49:36.000 --> 49:40.520] these kids that their own doctors have said they don't have muscular dystrophy anymore.
[49:40.520 --> 49:43.240] So let's look at this. Maybe there's some little mustard seed or something we could
[49:43.240 --> 49:47.960] do for these kids because in 22 years we've raised a billion dollars. We built research
[49:47.960 --> 49:53.520] campuses. We've hired a lot of research doctors. We haven't done one little thing for the kids.
[49:53.520 --> 49:58.120] These are Jerry's kids. And so let's see if there's something to this. And if we have
[49:58.120 --> 50:04.120] to bring him here or if we'll go see him, we need to check this out. And they fired
[50:04.120 --> 50:10.680] Jerry Lewis. They fired Jerry Lewis two years ago. That's why he hasn't been at the telethon
[50:10.680 --> 50:15.960] for the last few years. They fired Jerry Lewis for him to even suggesting that there might
[50:15.960 --> 50:21.240] be something that would cure it, which would be a change in direction for the Muscular
[50:21.240 --> 50:27.520] Dystrophy Foundation instead of raising millions of dollars each year to do research. Now they
[50:27.520 --> 50:32.200] would have to sort of bring the cure to all these kids. It's kind of a different animal.
[50:32.200 --> 50:35.840] Yes, absolutely. And all these vampires they built would go away. Absolutely. And there
[50:35.840 --> 50:39.800] would be no need for the yearly telethon and all that. And yes, I do know the difference
[50:39.800 --> 50:44.760] between Jerry Lee Lewis and Jerry Lewis. I think I was stuttering because I'm a little
[50:44.760 --> 50:49.480] nervous. I didn't intend to say Jerry Lee Lewis by the way. Okay, so... Well, Jerry
[50:49.480 --> 50:56.600] Lewis is a great guy, too. I enjoyed it especially. I liked his music. You know, in that movie,
[50:56.600 --> 51:05.360] was it about the Fire Plains? Oh, I see. I don't know that one. Tom Cruise and the Fire
[51:05.360 --> 51:14.520] Plains, yes. Okay. There you go. Top Gun. His co-pilot loved to play that Jerry Lewis
[51:14.520 --> 51:22.160] music. There you go. Top Gun, yes. Mary, this is the way the medical system has been for
[51:22.160 --> 51:27.920] thousands of years. I'm actually putting together another book here, Deborah, that goes back
[51:27.920 --> 51:37.160] 10,000 years ago. And when... If there were beings, they attributed disease to evil spirits
[51:37.160 --> 51:41.720] and then there was 6,000 years later, it was germs and they kept wanting to find germs
[51:41.720 --> 51:48.360] that caused scurvy and berry berry and polagra and things like this and so on. And then they
[51:48.360 --> 51:54.800] found genetics and they spent a trillion dollars napping out the genome 10 years ago. And guess
[51:54.800 --> 51:59.920] what? They haven't solved a single problem with the genome because you cannot cure a
[51:59.920 --> 52:05.200] nutritional deficiency with genetics. And so this book is coming out. It's going to be...
[52:05.200 --> 52:11.320] The subtitle is The Death of the Genetic Theory of Disease Transmission. I'm so excited about
[52:11.320 --> 52:15.880] this book. I've spent now two years working on it and it's going to come to fruit next
[52:15.880 --> 52:21.840] year, so want to be talking about it on your show. Excellent. I can't wait. Okay, let's
[52:21.840 --> 52:26.040] move on now to the real reason we had you on. This is a great background. I wanted to talk
[52:26.040 --> 52:30.880] about all this stuff. It's definitely necessary, but we need to talk about the Daché Act and
[52:30.880 --> 52:35.320] your seven FDA lawsuits that you won. We've got to hear about this. So let's go to the...
[52:35.320 --> 52:40.480] Let's talk about the Daché Act first. Okay. Well, this is the Daché Supplements Act
[52:40.480 --> 52:45.560] and I actually got in on it after it had been around for a couple of years. The actual process
[52:45.560 --> 52:50.200] was a guy by the name of Clinton Miller. When I was fired from Emory University and Yerkes
[52:50.200 --> 52:55.960] Primate Center, it was a big story. I mean, this was on 2020. It was a huge story that
[52:55.960 --> 52:59.960] I found it in Emory University. I made a nice news release. It was a big story. And then
[52:59.960 --> 53:03.520] they fired me. It was another big story following that, that what's going on here. Is it true
[53:03.520 --> 53:10.040] or is it false? And I was invited to speak, first of all, to a group of Nobel Prize winners
[53:10.040 --> 53:15.360] in California. That was exciting. And then I got invited to speak in Chicago at the first
[53:15.360 --> 53:19.920] year that the McCormick Place and Center was open. It was the biggest honors they ever
[53:19.920 --> 53:24.040] spoke to. I spoke to 3,000 people who were members of the National Health Federation
[53:24.040 --> 53:30.560] back then, which is a, as you point out, a lobbying group to lobby for all kinds of stuff
[53:30.560 --> 53:35.000] they had to do with vitamins and minerals. And one of the things, the guy by the name
[53:35.000 --> 53:38.920] of Clinton Miller, who is their chief lobbyist, called me and said, hey, Walik, I need you
[53:38.920 --> 53:43.080] to come lecture, tell your story about how you got fired for discovering the cause for
[53:43.080 --> 53:48.160] inching cure of cystic fibrosis. And, you know, you're going to be a feature speaker,
[53:48.160 --> 53:50.680] you're going to be speaking to 3,000 people. And I said, well, I don't have any money.
[53:50.680 --> 53:54.760] I'm broke. I'm a whitterer. My wife just died. I have four little kids. Now, don't worry,
[53:54.760 --> 53:59.720] we'll pay for everything. So I went out there, gave my lecture. And it just so happens that
[53:59.720 --> 54:05.480] members of the board of the Nature Pathic College were there to try and find students
[54:05.480 --> 54:10.720] to come to the Nature Pathic College. And they asked me if I wouldn't come give a lecture
[54:10.720 --> 54:17.960] to the continued education, the Oregon Association of Nature Pathic Physicians, which I did then.
[54:17.960 --> 54:21.800] They asked me to teach nutrition. And from that point on, I was a speaker for the National
[54:21.800 --> 54:26.840] Health Federation and one of the lobbyists for the Dishay Act. It took 22 years of lobbying
[54:26.840 --> 54:33.280] to actually separate out nutrition from pharmaceuticals. And of course, this angered the pharmaceutical
[54:33.280 --> 54:38.640] industry. And so they hammered nutrition very hard after that. Well, now, now, since they're
[54:38.640 --> 54:46.400] getting hammered because of the economy and the fact that the payments for nonsensical
[54:46.400 --> 54:51.320] treatments, which adds up a debit to 750 billion, three quarters of a trillion dollars each
[54:51.320 --> 54:59.000] year for treatment of terminal people in hospices, three quarters of a trillion dollars is wasted
[54:59.000 --> 55:05.920] every year. This is a lead story from the New York Times a couple of years ago. How they,
[55:05.920 --> 55:09.880] you know, somebody's in a coma from colon cancer in their brain will do a hysterectomy,
[55:09.880 --> 55:14.800] double mastectomy, double hip surgery, double knee surgery. And they've got colon cancer
[55:14.800 --> 55:18.240] that's gone to the brain. They got three days to live and they'll get all this money out
[55:18.240 --> 55:23.240] of their Medicare. Well, that's all ending in a couple of weeks here. And so now suddenly
[55:23.240 --> 55:29.200] now you're going to stop hearing bad things about nutrition because now the pharmaceutical
[55:29.200 --> 55:33.400] industry is coming back. They want to be part of the nutrition thing now. And so it'll be
[55:33.400 --> 55:38.600] very interesting to see whether they attack the institutions, but as well the nutrition
[55:38.600 --> 55:42.520] is good, but the institutions that are there now are bad and we're going to clean it up
[55:42.520 --> 55:53.320] kind of thing. And so that's why they wanted to have the FDA track adverse events from
[55:53.320 --> 55:59.000] nutrition. Well, in 2007, the first year that that happened, there were 600 adverse events
[55:59.000 --> 56:03.680] reported from nutrition. Nobody died, but it was kind of like diarrhea from too much vitamin
[56:03.680 --> 56:12.640] C, rapid heart rate from things like caffeine and certain foods, you know, that kind of
[56:12.640 --> 56:18.760] stuff. Nobody died though. And then that same year, that same year 2007, just short of 500,000
[56:18.760 --> 56:24.520] people were killed by pharmaceutical adverse events were reported. And so they got quiet
[56:24.520 --> 56:29.240] on that one. They were fully expecting that the adverse events for nutrition, you know,
[56:29.240 --> 56:33.440] vitamin A kills people and kills your liver and all that is all nonsense, all nonsense,
[56:33.440 --> 56:36.920] you know, rumors that were put forth by the pharmaceutical industry to keep people from
[56:36.920 --> 56:42.840] taking vitamins and minerals. Well, so the Deshaix Act was passed. That was an effort
[56:42.840 --> 56:48.280] of 28 years, almost 30 years. And so I was involved in it in 22 years. And really, I
[56:48.280 --> 56:54.760] had to hold the hand up of Clinton Miller, who was the really the father and the driver
[56:54.760 --> 56:59.520] of the initially eight years before I got there. And 22 years after I got there, he
[56:59.520 --> 57:03.840] and I became running mates to make sure that got passed in between us. We got to pass.
[57:03.840 --> 57:11.000] So I'm very proud of that. And then the the laws or the attacks we made on the FDA were
[57:11.000 --> 57:19.480] very, very clear cases. Everybody knows now that the folic acid supplementation can eliminate
[57:19.480 --> 57:24.960] neural tube defects and things like hydrogen cephalosil, where the brains hang out of the
[57:24.960 --> 57:30.680] skull, spina bifida, these kind of things. Well, until I sued them, you couldn't say
[57:30.680 --> 57:34.920] that. You can only say eating foods rich in folic acid could reduce the risk of these
[57:34.920 --> 57:39.560] things. You couldn't say that supplementing with folic acid could reduce the risk of these
[57:39.560 --> 57:44.400] things. And so I sued them for that. And there was so much information that, of course, the
[57:44.400 --> 57:50.160] federal judge ruled in our favor. And then the next one, oh, sorry, I said, that's just
[57:50.160 --> 57:53.880] absolutely amazing. We're about to go to break at the top of the we're at the top of the
[57:53.880 --> 57:57.720] hour. Folks, if you'd like to call in and ask Dr. Wallach a question, we're going to
[57:57.720 --> 58:01.280] have them for two more segments. He's agreed to stay for two more segments. So get while
[58:01.280 --> 58:06.040] the getting is good. And and Dr. Wallach, just one more comment I wanted to make about
[58:06.040 --> 58:11.880] this, the pharmaceutical industry and the supplement industry. Yes. So I guess they've
[58:11.880 --> 58:17.560] got a their principle, their philosophy now is if you can't beat them, join them. And it's
[58:17.560 --> 58:22.280] looking like they want to take over with this Codex Alimentarius also. Is that what it looks
[58:22.280 --> 58:27.320] like? Exactly. Yes, exactly. They want to take over. They want to be in control. Yep.
[58:27.320 --> 58:31.760] And of course, the people have to boycott them to make it to not happen. Absolutely. All
[58:31.760 --> 58:35.120] right, folks, we are going to break. We've got a top of the hour break here. We'll be
[58:35.120 --> 58:40.320] back in about four minutes with the one, the only Dr. Joel Wallach. And he will be continuing
[58:40.320 --> 58:44.280] to talk about these FDA lawsuits. I want to find out more about it. And if you'd like
[58:44.280 --> 58:50.480] to talk to him 512-646-1984, we'll be right back.
[58:50.480 --> 58:55.880] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world. Yet countless readers are frustrated
[58:55.880 --> 59:01.080] because they struggle to understand it. Some new translations try to help by simplifying
[59:01.080 --> 59:07.600] the text, but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture. Enter
[59:07.600 --> 59:13.800] the recovery version. First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the
[59:13.800 --> 59:20.160] real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. Difficult and profound passages
[59:20.160 --> 59:25.560] are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance into the riches of the Word beyond
[59:25.560 --> 59:30.740] which you've ever experienced before. Bibles for America would like to give you a free
[59:30.740 --> 59:36.760] recovery version simply for the asking. This comprehensive yet compact study Bible is yours
[59:36.760 --> 59:47.760] just by calling us toll-free at 1-888-551-0102 or by ordering online at freestudybible.com.
[59:47.760 --> 01:00:06.280] If you shop online, chances are a vendor is sizing you up and setting prices according
[01:00:06.280 --> 01:00:10.360] to what they think you'll pay. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back in a moment with
[01:00:10.360 --> 01:00:37.040] some tips to protect yourself from discriminatory pricing.
[01:00:37.040 --> 01:00:49.240] The Internet Retailers are hunting for easy prey in the online jungle. Without warning,
[01:00:49.240 --> 01:00:53.280] they might charge you more than another customer for the exact same item based on your web
[01:00:53.280 --> 01:00:58.000] browser and visit history. Capital One Bank reportedly charges higher interest rates to
[01:00:58.000 --> 01:01:03.720] Firefox users, and Amazon got caught raising prices based on buyer cookies, code stored
[01:01:03.720 --> 01:01:08.080] on people's computer that link to their purchase history. While this is infuriating, it's
[01:01:08.080 --> 01:01:13.320] perfectly legal. Your best defense is to delete cookies, shop around for the best price, make
[01:01:13.320 --> 01:01:17.680] notes and take your sweet time. And before you make a large purchase, you may want to
[01:01:17.680 --> 01:01:22.520] have someone else check the deal using a different computer and browser. I'm Dr. Catherine
[01:01:22.520 --> 01:01:34.600] Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:01:34.600 --> 01:01:39.880] Microchip, standards and cookies, oh my, don't look now, but here comes the e-receipt. I'm
[01:01:39.880 --> 01:01:44.600] Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be right back to explain the dangers of paperless receipts
[01:01:44.600 --> 01:01:46.520] in just a moment.
[01:01:46.520 --> 01:01:50.920] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back
[01:01:50.920 --> 01:01:56.520] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:01:56.520 --> 01:02:02.680] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy,
[01:02:02.680 --> 01:02:07.800] it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[01:02:07.800 --> 01:02:15.880] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing. Start over with StartPage.
[01:02:15.880 --> 01:02:20.240] First retailers started asking for your zip code. Next they wanted your phone number.
[01:02:20.240 --> 01:02:25.480] And now they want your email address to send you receipts electronically rather than handing
[01:02:25.480 --> 01:02:30.240] you a slip of paper. Companies don't mention what this does to your privacy. Instead they
[01:02:30.240 --> 01:02:35.280] claim it's more convenient and hey, it may even save a few trees. But e-receipts link
[01:02:35.280 --> 01:02:40.560] you to your purchases in a giant database so they can build consumer profiles. Taylor
[01:02:40.560 --> 01:02:45.600] adds to individual shoppers and sell your information to third parties. Having all your
[01:02:45.600 --> 01:02:50.960] purchases in an online database sounds like an open invitation to hacking and abuse, not
[01:02:50.960 --> 01:02:55.920] to mention an onslaught from unscrupulous marketers. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht,

[01:05:01.560 --> 01:05:08.040] get all of Dr. Wallet's books. Okay, so Dr. Wallet, we're about to get into the cases,
[01:05:08.040 --> 01:05:11.760] but would you just repeat that one comment that you made on the break, something about
[01:05:11.760 --> 01:05:12.760] the mafia?
[01:05:12.760 --> 01:05:18.360] Yeah, okay. Well, yeah. Well, this is a point that I've been making, gosh, for 25 years,
[01:05:18.360 --> 01:05:25.800] but each year, medical doctors say infect 2 million people, 90,000 die. They kill 15,000
[01:05:25.800 --> 01:05:30.000] Medicare patients every month. They kill injured, in fact, 15 million of their customers are
[01:05:30.000 --> 01:05:36.080] workplace every year, and yet nobody goes to jail. Well, the mafia, the Italian mafia,
[01:05:36.080 --> 01:05:41.160] the Sicilian mafia, in a thousand years hasn't killed and injured that many people. The doctors
[01:05:41.160 --> 01:05:43.880] kill and injure every month or every year.
[01:05:43.880 --> 01:05:49.240] Amazing. So I'm putting together actually a lawsuit to go after the medical system
[01:05:49.240 --> 01:05:50.240] for racketeering.
[01:05:50.240 --> 01:05:55.120] Excellent. Wonderful. I love it. Okay, so back to the speaking of lawsuits, back to
[01:05:55.120 --> 01:05:59.000] the lawsuits. You were talking about the Selenium lawsuit. You've got several lawsuits that
[01:05:59.000 --> 01:06:01.800] you want to talk about, and I can't wait to hear about, so go ahead.
[01:06:01.800 --> 01:06:08.360] Okay. Well, we've talked about, again, the polyganses one. The Selenium one is very
[01:06:08.360 --> 01:06:14.320] easy because there was so much evidence. Again, you mentioned part of it earlier, but what
[01:06:14.320 --> 01:06:18.600] we were able to win in the federal court, and it didn't go to the appellate court because
[01:06:18.600 --> 01:06:23.640] the FDA knew that they would lose the appellate court, what we want was to be able to say
[01:06:23.640 --> 01:06:30.720] these claims, structured claims, structure function claims, is that by supplementing,
[01:06:30.720 --> 01:06:33.920] there's that word again, the whole lawsuit was about being able to say supplementing
[01:06:33.920 --> 01:06:40.280] instead of eating foods rich in. By supplementing the Selenium, we could actually reduce the
[01:06:40.280 --> 01:06:45.560] risk of certain cancers, and also we were able to get, by supplementing the Selenium,
[01:06:45.560 --> 01:06:51.200] it would support the body's ability to manufacture anti-cancer substances, very, very important
[01:06:51.200 --> 01:06:58.200] stuff there, and they never appealed on that. Then the next one, of course, is the Omega
[01:06:58.200 --> 01:07:05.000] 3s. The Omega 3s were able to say, again, by supplementing with Omega 3s, you can actually
[01:07:05.000 --> 01:07:11.240] reduce the risk of coronary thrombosis and thrombotic stroke and other embolisms, such
[01:07:11.240 --> 01:07:14.560] as pulmonary embolism, deep vein thrombosis, where before you can only say eating foods
[01:07:14.560 --> 01:07:19.880] rich like eating oily fish, rich in Omega 3s, you could reduce the risk of those things.
[01:07:19.880 --> 01:07:25.480] So I had to sue them for a million dollars in my own pocket to be able to get to say
[01:07:25.480 --> 01:07:30.120] supplementing with these nutrients, where it was able to pull it off. Now, the one that's
[01:07:30.120 --> 01:07:37.520] really interesting and goes to the point of how evil the FDA is, we sued them for, in
[01:07:37.520 --> 01:07:42.960] Federal Court, to be able to say that antioxidants could reduce your risk of certain cancers
[01:07:42.960 --> 01:07:50.360] and antioxidants. By supplementing with antioxidants, you could actually prevent and reverse plug
[01:07:50.360 --> 01:07:55.640] to arteries, because plug to arteries are not caused by cholesterol, intake or high cholesterol,
[01:07:55.640 --> 01:07:59.120] they're caused by inflammation, by eating fried foods and using oils and cooking, that
[01:07:59.120 --> 01:08:04.480] kind of stuff. Well, we won in Federal Court on that one. Well, the FDA appealed on that
[01:08:04.480 --> 01:08:09.080] and we won in the Appellate Court, but here it comes now. After we won in the Appellate
[01:08:09.080 --> 01:08:14.920] Court, we took it onto the Supreme Court and they signed off on it. They agreed with us.
[01:08:14.920 --> 01:08:19.080] They said, okay, we'll have an agreement with you. You can say that. We don't want to set
[01:08:19.080 --> 01:08:23.000] a precedent here by taking it all the way to the Supreme Court, so they signed off literally.
[01:08:23.000 --> 01:08:27.320] We were there like 10 minutes before court time and they signed off on it and I said
[01:08:27.320 --> 01:08:30.920] to our attorneys, look, this is too easy and I don't buy that something's going to happen
[01:08:30.920 --> 01:08:36.120] here, sure enough. Within six months, they got a sister institution from the Department
[01:08:36.120 --> 01:08:41.440] of Health and Human Services to sue them, not they and myself, but to sue them only
[01:08:41.440 --> 01:08:50.600] to undo the agreement they had made with us, with me. So I had to go back in the Federal
[01:08:50.600 --> 01:08:55.360] Court and ask the federal judge in the Appellate Court to say, look, I want to be a co-defendant
[01:08:55.360 --> 01:09:01.800] here. I want to be a co-defendant with the FDA to fight this lawsuit and the judge looked
[01:09:01.800 --> 01:09:04.760] kind of, he said, you've been suing them for 10 years. Why in the earth would you want
[01:09:04.760 --> 01:09:11.520] to be a co-defendant with them? He says, well, your honor, with all due respect, the FDA
[01:09:11.520 --> 01:09:15.240] is not going to vigorously defend this agreement. They're going to roll over and let these other
[01:09:15.240 --> 01:09:21.280] guys take over. Oh, okay, I understand. So they made me a co-defendant with the FDA and
[01:09:21.280 --> 01:09:25.840] immediately the lawsuit was drawn and so that agreement now yet holds today.
[01:09:25.840 --> 01:09:33.000] Amazing. So in the antioxidant suit, you sued them, you won, they appealed, you won the
[01:09:33.000 --> 01:09:39.080] appeal, they took it to the Supreme Court. Am I getting this right? And then 10 minutes
[01:09:39.080 --> 01:09:45.880] before the Supreme Court didn't cert deny you, they took the case, or they didn't cert
[01:09:45.880 --> 01:09:52.600] deny the FDA, they took the case, they even had a scheduled hearing and then right before
[01:09:52.600 --> 01:09:57.640] the hearing in the U.S. Supreme Court, they said, oh, never mind, we're dropping our petition
[01:09:57.640 --> 01:10:02.640] and let's have an agreement. That's correct. And then you're like, I smell a rat, I would
[01:10:02.640 --> 01:10:08.920] smell a rat too. And unfortunately, you couldn't force it through because they were the one
[01:10:08.920 --> 01:10:14.080] that filed the petition for the cert. And so you couldn't do anything if they wanted to
[01:10:14.080 --> 01:10:19.920] drop their own petition. And so, okay, here's the agreement. And then six months later, this
[01:10:19.920 --> 01:10:25.000] other institution sues the FDA over the agreement and you're like, hey, wait a minute, I'm going
[01:10:25.000 --> 01:10:32.520] to be a co-defendant with the FDA. And so the appellate judge is like, huh? And then like,
[01:10:32.520 --> 01:10:38.040] okay, well, I guess so. And then after you sign on as a co-defendant, then the sister
[01:10:38.040 --> 01:10:45.120] institution drops the suit. Now, did you have to have the FDA's permission to be a co-defendant
[01:10:45.120 --> 01:10:49.920] with them? No. Oh, wow. How did you, how did that work?
[01:10:49.920 --> 01:10:57.880] Well, well, again, the agreement was a joint agreement. And so because it was a joint agreement
[01:10:57.880 --> 01:11:03.200] between us, right, we both signed the agreement that I had to have the ability to defend that
[01:11:03.200 --> 01:11:08.240] agreement also. I couldn't, you know, depend on them. Even though the agreement was, even
[01:11:08.240 --> 01:11:13.880] though the lawsuit was directed to them only, I had to petition the appellate court judge
[01:11:13.880 --> 01:11:17.120] to get them to rule in my favor to be a co-defendant.
[01:11:17.120 --> 01:11:24.160] Now, what was the cause of action? What was the basis of their petition for going up against
[01:11:24.160 --> 01:11:28.640] the FDA over this agreement? What were they trying to say? What was their claim?
[01:11:28.640 --> 01:11:34.600] Well, the claim was in the lawsuit was that they should have gone to the Supreme Court
[01:11:34.600 --> 01:11:38.760] because there was enough evidence to prove that Wallach was wrong, blah, blah, blah,
[01:11:38.760 --> 01:11:43.240] and that they wanted their day in court, et cetera, et cetera. And they thought that the
[01:11:43.240 --> 01:11:47.600] FDA didn't do a good job legally. They, you know, and so they were going after the FDA
[01:11:47.600 --> 01:11:54.600] for, you know, rolling over when they should have gone all the way.
[01:11:54.600 --> 01:11:58.360] Amazing. And really, they were working behind the scenes together, I'm sure.
[01:11:58.360 --> 01:11:59.360] Oh, yes.
[01:11:59.360 --> 01:12:00.840] It was a total set up.
[01:12:00.840 --> 01:12:05.080] Absolutely. It was one of those things where they were wink, wink, wink, sleeping with
[01:12:05.080 --> 01:12:06.960] the enemy kind of thing, right?
[01:12:06.960 --> 01:12:10.720] Exactly, exactly. But you came out on top on that one too.
[01:12:10.720 --> 01:12:14.520] Oh, yeah. Well, we came out on top just simply because they knew we would win again in the
[01:12:14.520 --> 01:12:19.480] Supreme Court and they just did not want to go there. They took the embarrassment of just
[01:12:19.480 --> 01:12:26.640] dropping the lawsuit as opposed to, you know, as opposed to going into the Supreme Court
[01:12:26.640 --> 01:12:34.640] because they knew we would get a ruling and that would be a major status and that would
[01:12:34.640 --> 01:12:39.760] be a major step to where we could take more things to the Supreme Court than that we already
[01:12:39.760 --> 01:12:42.760] had a president. They didn't want that to happen.
[01:12:42.760 --> 01:12:48.680] Exactly. All right, so tell us about the other suits. There were seven of them total, right?
[01:12:48.680 --> 01:12:55.440] Well, yeah. And of course, three of them, of course, have to do with that antioxidant
[01:12:55.440 --> 01:12:56.440] thing.
[01:12:56.440 --> 01:12:57.440] Oh, okay.
[01:12:57.440 --> 01:13:04.240] Then the others, yeah. And so, the others, I want to jump over here to one that was actually
[01:13:04.240 --> 01:13:12.720] a case in where I was an expert witness in. This was in a federal court in North Carolina
[01:13:12.720 --> 01:13:26.520] where there was 23 felony charges against an herbalist, actually, they wanted to charge
[01:13:26.520 --> 01:13:32.240] her with killing a veteran because she had treated a veteran two years before he died
[01:13:32.240 --> 01:13:38.280] and they said in federal court that she had prevented him from getting proper treatment
[01:13:38.280 --> 01:13:43.080] two years earlier, otherwise he would have lived. And to make a long story short, in
[01:13:43.080 --> 01:13:48.280] that one, I was the pathologist and went through all the pathology records and so forth and
[01:13:48.280 --> 01:13:56.280] actually made the state medical examiner cry in the witness stand because he was complicit
[01:13:56.280 --> 01:14:00.560] in falsifying records and coming up with false charges against this woman and everything.
[01:14:00.560 --> 01:14:07.280] And I was able to sniff it out of the records and had him read these things. For instance,
[01:14:07.280 --> 01:14:12.080] they killed this guy, probably inadvertently because that was stupidity, by giving him
[01:14:12.080 --> 01:14:15.760] like 10 times the dosages of morphine and three other drugs that shouldn't have been
[01:14:15.760 --> 01:14:20.600] given with morphine. And I sniffed that out and I had this state medical examiner and
[01:14:20.600 --> 01:14:25.760] he said the patient had died of cancer, died of an overdose of all these drugs. And so,
[01:14:25.760 --> 01:14:31.240] I had him, the lawyer, set it up to where he had to read through the PDR, the physician's
[01:14:31.240 --> 01:14:36.040] desk reference, read the limitations of each of these drugs and which drug they shouldn't
[01:14:36.040 --> 01:14:42.240] be used with. And by the third one, he figured it out. And he got up and he sat up and he
[01:14:42.240 --> 01:14:45.880] slammed the PDR and the judge's bench, the federal judge's bench. He says, I'm not going
[01:14:45.880 --> 01:14:50.400] to do this. The judge was so angry, he broke his gavel, said, you sit down, sir, I'll put
[01:14:50.400 --> 01:14:56.120] you in jail for contempt of court if you don't answer the lawyer's questions here. And that
[01:14:56.120 --> 01:15:00.960] state medical examiner started crying on the stand. He literally started blubbering on
[01:15:00.960 --> 01:15:06.960] the stand. He just couldn't go on and take a break because he'd been found out. And these
[01:15:06.960 --> 01:15:11.960] are the sort of things I can do because, you know, I'm a pretty good pathologist, you know,
[01:15:11.960 --> 01:15:13.680] I have to say so myself.
[01:15:13.680 --> 01:15:18.520] Incredible. Awesome. Good job, Dr. Wallach. All right, we're about to go to break in about
[01:15:18.520 --> 01:15:22.720] a minute and a half and then we'll start taking calls on the other side of the break. But just
[01:15:22.720 --> 01:15:26.960] quickly, I wanted to ask you, you know, with all this corruption in the medical industry,
[01:15:26.960 --> 01:15:31.400] you spoke last month and you said, hey, for five to eight bucks a month, you can do your
[01:15:31.400 --> 01:15:35.760] own physical, your own testing, blood testing, your own testing for different things. Can
[01:15:35.760 --> 01:15:41.560] you tell us about how you can do your own physical for five bucks a month?
[01:15:41.560 --> 01:15:46.760] Sure. Well, the book, Leslie Docher and the book, Leslie Docher and the Passport Romo
[01:15:46.760 --> 01:15:50.200] Therapy, that trilogy books, shows you how to do this. So you can go into any pharmacy
[01:15:50.200 --> 01:15:54.160] without a prescription. You have the same test strips that doctors use for your analysis.
[01:15:54.160 --> 01:15:58.120] It'll give you information whether they have blood or protein or infection or urine. Give
[01:15:58.120 --> 01:16:04.440] you your PHU urine, gives you kidney and liver function tests in your analysis. You can stick
[01:16:04.440 --> 01:16:08.520] your own finger and find out if you have diabetes or if you have what your A1C hemoglobin is
[01:16:08.520 --> 01:16:13.160] for diabetes. You can find out what your cholesterol is. And you can go sit in that chair in a
[01:16:13.160 --> 01:16:18.240] pharmacy and get a free blood pressure and pulse. And so you don't even need to go in
[01:16:18.240 --> 01:16:21.840] for a colonoscopic exam to see if you have colon cancer. You can do your own occult blood
[01:16:21.840 --> 01:16:28.200] test for like 50 cents because you get a whole bottle of these things. And you find out if
[01:16:28.200 --> 01:16:32.200] you have unseen blood in your bowel movement and you can do your own screen. You don't
[01:16:32.200 --> 01:16:38.680] need a colonoscopic exam at risk being killed like they killed Andy Rooney from 60 Minutes
[01:16:38.680 --> 01:16:43.640] for the colonoscopic exam. You can do it for less than five bucks. And the book, Leslie
[01:16:43.640 --> 01:16:47.200] Docher, Leslie Docher and the Passport Romo Therapy tell you how to read the numbers.
[01:16:47.200 --> 01:16:48.200] Absolutely.
[01:16:48.200 --> 01:16:50.040] You don't need a doctor for screening.
[01:16:50.040 --> 01:16:54.120] Absolutely. And men, don't do the PSA test either. And we may or may not have time to
[01:16:54.120 --> 01:16:57.920] talk about that, but you can hear about that on the archive of Dr. Wallach last month.
[01:16:57.920 --> 01:17:01.240] Post it on my website. We'll be right back.

[01:18:21.240 --> 01:18:47.240] Beyond Tangy Tangerine is available at Brave New Books, located at 9304 Burnett Road, Suite
[01:18:47.240 --> 01:18:58.240] A. The bookstore also carries the works of Dr. Joel Wallach, founder of Young Jevity,
[01:18:58.240 --> 01:19:11.240] and creator of Beyond Tangy Tangerine.
[01:19:11.240 --> 01:19:33.640] All right, folks. We've got 10 minutes left with Dr. Wallach, so we've got four calls
[01:19:33.640 --> 01:19:37.480] on the line. We're going to have to blaze through them. So, folks, make your questions
[01:19:37.480 --> 01:19:42.640] or comments very brief, because we want to get these calls all in before he has to go
[01:19:42.640 --> 01:19:47.880] at the bottom of the hour. Kathy, from Austin, you have a question or comment for Dr. Wallach.
[01:19:47.880 --> 01:19:48.880] Briefly, please.
[01:19:48.880 --> 01:19:55.360] Yes, I would just like to thank you a million for coming to Austin. We enjoyed your presentation.
[01:19:55.360 --> 01:20:01.880] We were there last month, and my husband has been taking the Tangy Tangerine for several
[01:20:01.880 --> 01:20:08.880] months, probably a year, maybe. But it was the final fix, and some of the other products
[01:20:08.880 --> 01:20:16.000] too, but the final fix for him about five years ago, he found himself just overtrained,
[01:20:16.000 --> 01:20:19.560] and we didn't understand what it was, and he got really tired, and his muscles felt
[01:20:19.560 --> 01:20:24.760] really weak, and so he started drinking Gatorade, and we went to the doctor, and he said,
[01:20:24.760 --> 01:20:28.360] oh, don't drink Gatorade. Just drink more water. So he started drinking more water, and
[01:20:28.360 --> 01:20:35.360] he went down. It was like hyponatremia almost, but in that direction, but he was completely
[01:20:35.360 --> 01:20:41.520] without minerals. He lost three months of work flat on his back with the doctor saying,
[01:20:41.520 --> 01:20:44.920] there's nothing wrong with you. There's nothing wrong with you.
[01:20:44.920 --> 01:20:49.240] Yeah, and now he's doing much better with the Tangy Tangerine, right, because he's replacing
[01:20:49.240 --> 01:20:50.240] his minerals.
[01:20:50.240 --> 01:20:54.360] Yeah, and like I said, we had started back on the road recover once he figured out what
[01:20:54.360 --> 01:20:59.960] it was, and he had added a lot of things, but when we found the Tangy Tangerine, it
[01:20:59.960 --> 01:21:05.000] just, it really did, it's pretty well finished the job, and he's stronger than his whole
[01:21:05.000 --> 01:21:06.000] life.
[01:21:06.000 --> 01:21:07.000] Thank you, Kathy.
[01:21:07.000 --> 01:21:11.360] Well, thank you so much for your insight. Of course, you hit the nail right on the head.
[01:21:11.360 --> 01:21:17.400] Sweat is not water, and that doctor actually should be put in jail for one of these deranged
[01:21:17.400 --> 01:21:21.480] heart things, because it would have been a murder if it kept going. This is why these
[01:21:21.480 --> 01:21:27.040] kids die 75,000, 100,000 under the age of 30, drop dead each year suddenly while they're
[01:21:27.040 --> 01:21:31.440] exercising, because their coaches and trainers tell them just to drink water, and sweat is
[01:21:31.440 --> 01:21:35.440] a soup that contains all your circulating nutrients, not just water, and that's criminal
[01:21:35.440 --> 01:21:38.600] to tell a kid or an adult or anybody to just drink water when you're sweating. You need
[01:21:38.600 --> 01:21:44.040] to, we actually have a sports drink called Rebound that has 100 nutrients in it, and
[01:21:44.040 --> 01:21:48.320] of course then there's Rebound that has 100 nutrients in it, and then there's the Beyond
[01:21:48.320 --> 01:21:53.000] that contains tangerine, which has 245 nutrients in it, and it will replete everything you're
[01:21:53.000 --> 01:21:54.000] sweating out.
[01:21:54.000 --> 01:21:59.600] Absolutely, and that's one of the big reasons why athletes have a shorter lifespan. It's
[01:21:59.600 --> 01:22:02.720] not because they're wearing out their bodies from all that exercise. It's because they're
[01:22:02.720 --> 01:22:06.240] sweating out all the minerals and not replacing them. Thank you for the call, Kathy. We appreciate
[01:22:06.240 --> 01:22:07.240] that.
[01:22:07.240 --> 01:22:11.560] We have to move on, though. Rene from Texas, what is your question for Dr. Wallet quickly,
[01:22:11.560 --> 01:22:12.560] please?
[01:22:12.560 --> 01:22:14.520] Yes, I actually have two questions for Dr. Wallet.
[01:22:14.520 --> 01:22:19.040] Okay, can you please get on the regular handset and not the speakerphone? Yeah, can you hear
[01:22:19.040 --> 01:22:20.040] me now?
[01:22:20.040 --> 01:22:21.040] Yes, what is your question?
[01:22:21.040 --> 01:22:27.040] Okay, is there anything I should be taking to get rid of panic attacks and anxiety?
[01:22:27.040 --> 01:22:32.520] Yes, well, panic attacks and anxiety are almost always due to nutritional deficiencies in
[01:22:32.520 --> 01:22:37.880] the brain and sugar problems. So, you need to, what are you wasting?
[01:22:37.880 --> 01:22:38.880] 195.
[01:22:38.880 --> 01:22:46.640] Okay, I was close enough to 200. What I'd recommend is two healthy packs per month. That will
[01:22:46.640 --> 01:22:49.880] allow you to have one dose of each of the three products in the healthy start packs
[01:22:49.880 --> 01:22:55.240] of breakfast and dinner, but also have you take what we call sweeties, which is a nutritional
[01:22:55.240 --> 01:23:00.280] supplement that supports and promotes healthy metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and sugars
[01:23:00.280 --> 01:23:06.320] at the cellular level. You have to give up sugar. You have to give up sugar. For a bedtime
[01:23:06.320 --> 01:23:12.120] snack, eat three scrambled eggs and butter. Don't have pie and ice cream before bed. Stay
[01:23:12.120 --> 01:23:16.120] away from juices. It'll be about six months. You'll be able to go back to that. You still
[01:23:16.120 --> 01:23:21.920] have to take all these nutrients, eat anywhere from, say, eight to 10 eggs a day, stabilize
[01:23:21.920 --> 01:23:29.120] your blood sugar and panic attacks and anxiety attacks tend to go away because they may occur
[01:23:29.120 --> 01:23:31.680] when your blood sugar is dropping very rapidly.
[01:23:31.680 --> 01:23:35.600] All right, Renee, you had another question. What is your other question?
[01:23:35.600 --> 01:23:41.480] Yes, my daughter has gone through a lot of trauma. She's had respiratory problems due
[01:23:41.480 --> 01:23:48.120] to a mitochondrial disorder, and she's lost her ability to see, walk, and talk. She's
[01:23:48.120 --> 01:23:50.080] nine years old. Is there...
[01:23:50.080 --> 01:23:56.480] Okay, well, let me ask you a question quickly. Let me ask you a question quickly. Does she
[01:23:56.480 --> 01:23:59.200] have constipation where she needs laxatives?
[01:23:59.200 --> 01:24:04.320] No, she's getting several medicines, medications.
[01:24:04.320 --> 01:24:09.560] Now, can that's not the answer to the question. Does she have to take medicines or change
[01:24:09.560 --> 01:24:12.320] her diet so she would have a regular bowel movement?
[01:24:12.320 --> 01:24:14.120] Well, her only...
[01:24:14.120 --> 01:24:16.520] Does she have diarrhea? Yes or no?
[01:24:16.520 --> 01:24:17.520] Yes, yes.
[01:24:17.520 --> 01:24:21.520] Okay, does she have skin problems? Any eczema dermatitis or psoriasis?
[01:24:21.520 --> 01:24:22.520] No.
[01:24:22.520 --> 01:24:23.520] No.
[01:24:23.520 --> 01:24:25.720] Does she have asthma, bronchitis?
[01:24:25.720 --> 01:24:26.720] No.
[01:24:26.720 --> 01:24:27.720] No.
[01:24:27.720 --> 01:24:28.720] No.
[01:24:28.720 --> 01:24:33.880] Okay, well, the fact that she had constipation and now she's lost her vision, now does she
[01:24:33.880 --> 01:24:39.560] lose her vision because she had keratoconus or keratitis? Why does she lose her vision?
[01:24:39.560 --> 01:24:46.080] Well, she got sick at the age of one and a half.
[01:24:46.080 --> 01:24:50.720] No. Okay, no, no. That's not the answer to the question. Did they give it a name? What
[01:24:50.720 --> 01:24:54.880] is the name of her eye disease where she lost her vision?
[01:24:54.880 --> 01:24:59.600] She doesn't have eye disease. She was diagnosed with mitochondrial disorder.
[01:24:59.600 --> 01:25:05.280] Yeah, I don't believe it. Okay. All right, there's got to be a reason why she can't
[01:25:05.280 --> 01:25:11.440] see. Okay, she has cataract, she's got retinal problems. Is her eye cloudy over her cornea?
[01:25:11.440 --> 01:25:18.040] No. When she got an eye exam and I found out that she had lost her eyesight, well, we took
[01:25:18.040 --> 01:25:24.040] her to the eye doctor and he said that there is no... There's nothing wrong with her eyes.
[01:25:24.040 --> 01:25:26.800] It's just like the signals aren't getting there.
[01:25:26.800 --> 01:25:34.160] Okay. Well, yeah, I would put her on a gluten-free diet. No wheat brought around oats. You say
[01:25:34.160 --> 01:25:37.920] she's nine years old. How much does she weigh?
[01:25:37.920 --> 01:25:43.920] She's 62 pounds. 62 pounds, okay. I'd put her on a gluten-free diet. No wheat. Barley
[01:25:43.920 --> 01:25:48.640] ryer oats, the stores are full of gluten-free foods. We actually have what we call Valerie's
[01:25:48.640 --> 01:25:54.280] cookbook. It has gluten-free recipes in it if you're into cooking. And then one healthy
[01:25:54.280 --> 01:25:59.360] start pack for her would last her two months. I'd give her a half a dose every day and I'd
[01:25:59.360 --> 01:26:02.720] cut that in half since you're getting a quarter of a dose of each of the three packs of breakfast
[01:26:02.720 --> 01:26:10.000] and dinner. That one healthy start pack will last her for two months. I would also have
[01:26:10.000 --> 01:26:17.200] her take two castles a day or de-stress castles. That would be one bottle per month. And then
[01:26:17.200 --> 01:26:22.800] I need more information. I need to either talk to her doctor or you need to get in more
[01:26:22.800 --> 01:26:26.400] information for me because I think we can do this child some good, but I need more information.
[01:26:26.400 --> 01:26:30.000] Yes, and we only have three minutes left with Dr. Wallach. I'd like to try to jam in at
[01:26:30.000 --> 01:26:36.040] least one more call. So listen, Renee, you can also call in to Dr. Wallach's show. His
[01:26:36.040 --> 01:26:40.480] show is from 2 to 3 p.m. Central Time on the GCN Network. It's called Dead Doctors Don't
[01:26:40.480 --> 01:26:46.040] Lie. Go to GCNLive.com for more information. We need to get in at least one more call here.
[01:26:46.040 --> 01:26:50.280] Garrett from Oklahoma, what is your question for Dr. Wallach?
[01:26:50.280 --> 01:26:55.120] It's a gelatin and a protein drink with two eggs, maybe some garlic salt, maybe a little
[01:26:55.120 --> 01:27:01.240] olive oil. That's all. It'll create collagen. Is that right? What does it do for your joints
[01:27:01.240 --> 01:27:05.160] and ligaments and things? Is it a good idea?
[01:27:05.160 --> 01:27:11.360] Okay. Well, what you have to appreciate is that collagen is one of the many things you
[01:27:11.360 --> 01:27:16.080] need to maintain, repair cartilage, ligaments, tendons, connective tissue of all kinds,
[01:27:16.080 --> 01:27:21.160] between your vertebrae. That's why we came out. Initially, we were using Nox Gelin because
[01:27:21.160 --> 01:27:24.800] in the beginning, that's all we knew. But as we gained information about chondroitin
[01:27:24.800 --> 01:27:30.400] sulfate and glucosamine sulfate and hyaluronic acid, we came up with a program that delivers
[01:27:30.400 --> 01:27:37.480] all of these substances. Instead of just relieving pain, what you describe will relieve pain inflammation
[01:27:37.480 --> 01:27:42.480] but won't regrow cartilage. To be able to support and promote maintenance and repair,
[01:27:42.480 --> 01:27:48.040] I can say it in that way, to actually take a program that's going to support and promote
[01:27:48.040 --> 01:27:53.240] maintenance repair of cartilage rather than just relieving pain and inflammation, it requires
[01:27:53.240 --> 01:27:58.720] a more complete picture. Here's where the Healthy Bone and Joint Pack work. This is
[01:27:58.720 --> 01:28:02.640] the Healthy Start Pack, appropriate for body weight, one healthy start pack per month for
[01:28:02.640 --> 01:28:07.680] 100 pounds of body weight, five of the Glucogel capsules twice a day for 100 pounds of body
[01:28:07.680 --> 01:28:13.080] weight. If they prefer liquids, it's two ounces twice a day per 100 pounds of body weight
[01:28:13.080 --> 01:28:20.320] of the Glucogel liquid. It takes a complete program, which your contribution there wasn't
[01:28:20.320 --> 01:28:27.680] complete. It had some of the pieces to the puzzle but not a complete picture. What you
[01:28:27.680 --> 01:28:32.720] describe might relieve inflammation, might relieve pain, might increase range of motion
[01:28:32.720 --> 01:28:37.400] but won't regrow cartilage. Excellent answer. We've got time for one
[01:28:37.400 --> 01:28:41.160] last caller, Ted from Texas. I believe he has a question about the difference between
[01:28:41.160 --> 01:28:45.480] liquid vitamins and pill vitamins as far as supplementation. Is that correct, Ted?
[01:28:45.480 --> 01:28:50.640] Yes. Okay. Dr. Wallett, please talk about liquid versus pill supplementation.
[01:28:50.640 --> 01:28:57.080] Okay. Just on the face of it, liquids are going to be more absorbable simply because
[01:28:57.080 --> 01:29:04.600] they're already in the solution or suspension. When you take a hard pill or even castles
[01:29:04.600 --> 01:29:10.200] in as a source of vitamins or minerals, you have to have good digestion. The pH of your
[01:29:10.200 --> 01:29:15.320] stomach has to be right. You have to have an acid environment in your stomach. It's
[01:29:15.320 --> 01:29:20.600] got to be a pH of 1.5 or less, the scale of 1 to 14, 1 being the most acid, 14 being
[01:29:20.600 --> 01:29:26.480] the most acid one and 7 being neutral. To be able to digest these pills, get them broken
[01:29:26.480 --> 01:29:31.880] down to where then they can get in the solution. This has to be done in the presence of proteins.
[01:29:31.880 --> 01:29:39.000] They can make chelated minerals and so forth. You skip a lot of processes by taking in nutrition
[01:29:39.000 --> 01:29:43.800] in a liquid form. Your capsules are gelatin. Is that correct?
[01:29:43.800 --> 01:29:47.040] That is correct. Okay. Excellent. As long as you're doing everything correct, they're
[01:29:47.040 --> 01:29:52.400] easily digested. That is correct. Excellent. Dr. Wallett, thank you so much for joining
[01:29:52.400 --> 01:29:56.840] us tonight. We really appreciate your time. We appreciate you, Deborah. God bless you.
[01:29:56.840 --> 01:30:01.880] Keep up the great work. I love working with you. You're doing great. A Noble Lie, Oklahoma

[01:33:28.080 --> 01:33:33.920] Stevens. Wow, that was one of the most exciting interviews I've ever done with Dr. Joel Wallach
[01:33:33.920 --> 01:33:41.440] and folks again, if you would like to order some product and Randy, hold on one second,
[01:33:41.440 --> 01:33:46.840] Randy, can you mute yourself for a second? I hear some tippy tap typing and stuff. Okay
[01:33:46.840 --> 01:33:52.200] folks, if you would like to order product or support Logos Radio Network by becoming
[01:33:52.200 --> 01:34:00.040] a distributor, you can go to LogosRadioNetwork.com, click on the Tangy Tangerine banner and that
[01:34:00.040 --> 01:34:05.840] will bring you to the Logos Radio Network Young Jevity Capture page where if you want
[01:34:05.840 --> 01:34:10.800] to, you can buy retail. Now if you buy retail, of course you're going to pay more than if
[01:34:10.800 --> 01:34:18.040] you buy wholesale but it will be like a donation if you want to do that because we get all
[01:34:18.040 --> 01:34:23.280] the retail benefit or if you want to, I advise people though to become a preferred customer.
[01:34:23.280 --> 01:34:27.560] You'll get wholesale prices. You can sign up for free. You'll support Logos Radio Network
[01:34:27.560 --> 01:34:32.000] when you purchase the Young Jevity products and if you really want to support the network
[01:34:32.000 --> 01:34:37.720] and build a business for yourself and make some money, you can sign up and become a distributor.
[01:34:37.720 --> 01:34:42.880] You can do all of this at LogosRadioNetwork.com by clicking on the Tangy Tangerine banner and
[01:34:42.880 --> 01:34:51.400] you can join. It's $10. It's a cheap sign up to start a business and it will grow. We've
[01:34:51.400 --> 01:34:57.840] got an excellent upline. This is multi-level marketing of course and my upline is very,
[01:34:57.840 --> 01:35:03.560] very helpful to help train people on how they can run a business successfully. We've been
[01:35:03.560 --> 01:35:08.000] doing this for quite a while now and her name is Katherine Moreno. She is very, very helpful
[01:35:08.000 --> 01:35:12.440] and she's become a very good friend of mine. So if you would like to get involved, please
[01:35:12.440 --> 01:35:22.880] sign up. You can also call 512-646-6444 to call and sign up or buy products or purchase
[01:35:22.880 --> 01:35:28.840] Dr. Wallach's books. He's got book Dead Doctors Don't Lie and of course one of my favorite
[01:35:28.840 --> 01:35:34.960] named books, Dial MD for Murder. I love it. So at any rate, folks, also if you want to
[01:35:34.960 --> 01:35:39.920] hear more of Dr. Wallach's presentation when he was in Austin last month, you can also
[01:35:39.920 --> 01:35:45.200] get that at LogosRadioNetwork.com. There is a link. It's almost three hours long I believe
[01:35:45.200 --> 01:35:51.520] of his presentation here in Austin last month. Now the first five minutes sounds a little
[01:35:51.520 --> 01:35:58.640] shaky because that was the lapel mic that we were recording. He had a handheld mic but
[01:35:58.640 --> 01:36:03.080] we weren't able to get that routed into the recording equipment until about five minutes
[01:36:03.080 --> 01:36:06.400] into the presentation. We were having a little bit of trouble with the setup. But from about
[01:36:06.400 --> 01:36:12.280] five minutes on, it's very high quality audio and you can hear all of his presentation and
[01:36:12.280 --> 01:36:17.560] like I said earlier, he has his own show on the GCN network from two to three p.m. central
[01:36:17.560 --> 01:36:22.600] time called Dead Doctors Don't Lie. And folks, yeah, I got to say the products have changed
[01:36:22.600 --> 01:36:28.280] my life. And Randy, do you have comments about this? And I'm looking forward to hearing about
[01:36:28.280 --> 01:36:32.000] his new lawsuit, Sue and the medical industry for racketeering. What do you say, Randy?
[01:36:32.000 --> 01:36:40.320] Well, I'm in listening to what he was saying. There was a criminal statute that kept ringing
[01:36:40.320 --> 01:36:49.120] in my mind. I just looked it up on Wikipedia. It's called depraved heart murder. Depraved
[01:36:49.120 --> 01:36:56.120] heart murder, also known as depraved indifference murder, is an American legal term for an action
[01:36:56.120 --> 01:37:03.880] that demonstrates a callous disregard for human life and results in death. In most states,
[01:37:03.880 --> 01:37:10.160] depraved heart killings constitute second degree murder. If no death results, such acts would
[01:37:10.160 --> 01:37:18.680] generally be defined as reckless endangerment and possibly other crimes such as assault.
[01:37:18.680 --> 01:37:29.520] If in fact, a doctor is following a line of treatment, and he has knowledge that that
[01:37:29.520 --> 01:37:37.560] line of treatment is ineffective, and failure to follow an effective line of treatment would
[01:37:37.560 --> 01:37:43.720] result in major injury or death, if a death occurs, that should be called depraved heart
[01:37:43.720 --> 01:37:44.720] murder.
[01:37:44.720 --> 01:37:49.760] That is a very interesting point, Randy. One thing that I'm concerned about and want to
[01:37:49.760 --> 01:37:55.240] know if there's anything that can be done about is just this rheumatoid arthritis business.
[01:37:55.240 --> 01:38:02.120] I know people that have been debilitated from rheumatoid arthritis for decades, and they
[01:38:02.120 --> 01:38:08.400] are in excruciating pain. Now, they may not die from it, like what you're saying, this
[01:38:08.400 --> 01:38:14.000] depraved heart murder thing, but the whole thing is this is what really got me about
[01:38:14.000 --> 01:38:17.880] Dr. Wallach's presentation. This stuck out to me more than anything was this bit about
[01:38:17.880 --> 01:38:25.760] the rheumatoid arthritis. There's no law requiring allopaths to dispense a cure for
[01:38:25.760 --> 01:38:33.640] a condition, even if they know what it is. There's no requirement for it. I'll say, if
[01:38:33.640 --> 01:38:37.920] the patient agrees to the treatment, the patient agrees to the treatment, but the patient doesn't
[01:38:37.920 --> 01:38:46.240] know any better. The patient agrees to this nonsense. These drugs are horribly just devastating
[01:38:46.240 --> 01:38:51.080] on people's health. I know someone who has rheumatoid arthritis right now, and I'm sure
[01:38:51.080 --> 01:38:58.520] this is very common. The drug that they have this person on, what it does is that it suppresses
[01:38:58.520 --> 01:39:06.920] the person's immune system in order to prevent and lessen the immune system attack on the
[01:39:06.920 --> 01:39:12.120] joints in order to relieve the pain and the inflammation and all this. This has devastating
[01:39:12.120 --> 01:39:16.840] effects on the person's health because now you have lost your immune system. I mean,
[01:39:16.840 --> 01:39:21.480] you're so much more vulnerable to disease and such. Even though somebody may not end
[01:39:21.480 --> 01:39:27.840] up dying from these kinds of treatments, even though somebody may not end up dying from
[01:39:27.840 --> 01:39:33.320] these kind of treatments, because there's no law against this sort of thing, Randy,
[01:39:33.320 --> 01:39:42.160] what can we do? Well, what I'm thinking is if a doctor or
[01:39:42.160 --> 01:39:53.920] physician treated a patient and gave the patient reason to trust the medical practitioner
[01:39:53.920 --> 01:40:11.440] and thereby not seek out other options, and that medical practitioner considers unintentional
[01:40:11.440 --> 01:40:19.200] killing to constitute murder when the conduct of the defendant manifests extreme indifference
[01:40:19.200 --> 01:40:28.560] to the value of life. So if a doctor is following an ineffective method of treatment in order
[01:40:28.560 --> 01:40:38.760] to maintain his good standing with the medical community or to maintain his level of income
[01:40:38.760 --> 01:40:46.960] and he causes injury, the client who depends on him is subsequently injured, that's the
[01:40:46.960 --> 01:40:56.160] brave heart. If it's not murder, then it's assault. And we should go to a district attorney
[01:40:56.160 --> 01:41:03.960] and ask the district attorney to consider presenting to a grand jury an action of assault
[01:41:03.960 --> 01:41:10.360] or a default murder. We get one of those out there and then when you have a big pharma
[01:41:10.360 --> 01:41:15.600] come into the doctor and say, you need to do this instead of that, the doctor is going
[01:41:15.600 --> 01:41:20.760] to tell him, you go do that. I'm not going to jail.
[01:41:20.760 --> 01:41:28.120] Okay, well here's another suggestion. Somebody just sent me a chat about what about deceptive
[01:41:28.120 --> 01:41:40.480] trade practices act? Is this even though there may not be a law requiring the doctors to
[01:41:40.480 --> 01:41:45.760] dispense a cure even when they know it exists? I mean, come on, they have to know it exists.
[01:41:45.760 --> 01:41:51.560] Dr. Wallet just said they have been able, they have known in general, they have known
[01:41:51.560 --> 01:41:58.120] that what the cure for rheumatoid arthritis is for 70 years. So folks, that's 7-0, not
[01:41:58.120 --> 01:42:04.560] 17, like a teenager, 7-0, they have known what the cure is for rheumatoid arthritis for 70
[01:42:04.560 --> 01:42:10.080] years and yet they still want to put people on these horribly debilitating treatments
[01:42:10.080 --> 01:42:18.200] that are so devastating to the person's health and come on, could this be a violation of
[01:42:18.200 --> 01:42:26.800] the deceptive trade practices act? They have a duty to know. I was a mechanic
[01:42:26.800 --> 01:42:33.120] for a while and there were a number of times that I didn't charge the person I worked on
[01:42:33.120 --> 01:42:43.120] a car for because their problem was very simple and I didn't get it. They didn't come to me
[01:42:43.120 --> 01:42:50.640] to be stupid and try to figure out a problem on their car. They paid me to know and it's
[01:42:50.640 --> 01:42:57.640] like the plumber they call in and he spends 30 minutes looking around the place, picks
[01:42:57.640 --> 01:43:03.560] up a pipe or inch, whacks a valve with it, everything starts working perfect and he
[01:43:03.560 --> 01:43:08.200] builds them. And they said, what you did was hit that valve. I said, oh, you're not paying
[01:43:08.200 --> 01:43:14.720] me for hitting the valve. You're paying me for knowing which valve to hit. The doctor
[01:43:14.720 --> 01:43:23.760] is paid to know. He cannot say he didn't know, just like a lawyer. One of the lawyers biggest
[01:43:23.760 --> 01:43:33.200] fears is missing a argument. They have to know. So they can't stand on that.
[01:43:33.200 --> 01:43:38.040] Okay, folks. We'll be back in a few minutes. We've got one more segment. If you have any
[01:43:38.040 --> 01:43:42.760] questions, if you'd like to call in and comment about this, haven't got any of Eddie's comments
[01:43:42.760 --> 01:43:47.800] yet. Maybe we can get Eddie's comment on the other side. This is the rule of law here on
[01:43:47.800 --> 01:43:54.800] the Logos Radio Network. LogosRadionetwork.com. We will be right back.
[01:43:54.800 --> 01:44:05.640] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so
[01:44:05.640 --> 01:44:10.440] easy and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. Oh, well, I guess you haven't
[01:44:10.440 --> 01:44:15.720] heard of Brave New Books then. Brave New Books? Yes. Brave New Books has all the books and
[01:44:15.720 --> 01:44:20.640] DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Albert Griffin. They

[01:44:25.920 --> 01:44:31.280] that exists. Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just
[01:44:31.280 --> 01:44:37.240] south of UT. Oh, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there. Actually, they now offer
[01:44:37.240 --> 01:44:42.640] a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind
[01:44:42.640 --> 01:44:49.360] the bookstore. It does exist, but when are they open? Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m.

[01:47:10.880 --> 01:47:32.320] us in the comments below.
[01:47:32.320 --> 01:47:38.720] All right, we are back, folks. This is the Logos Radio Network, the rule of law show. I am
[01:47:38.720 --> 01:47:44.840] Deborah Stevens here with Randy Kelton and Eddie Craig, and we just finished a fantastic
[01:47:44.840 --> 01:47:51.440] interview with Dr. Wallach, and I'm very excited to have him on the show. I'm very excited
[01:47:51.440 --> 01:47:59.400] to be part of his mission of making people healthy because, folks, it just really is absolutely
[01:47:59.400 --> 01:48:07.040] outrageous that it really is absolutely outrageous that there are cures out there for things
[01:48:07.040 --> 01:48:15.400] like rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes and high blood pressure and all these other things.
[01:48:15.400 --> 01:48:24.480] The medical industry is just totally using people for an ATM machine. Randy, comments?
[01:48:24.480 --> 01:48:36.520] Well, I think they ought to put a couple of them in jail. The medical industry, they work
[01:48:36.520 --> 01:48:44.160] on human beings like a mechanic works on a car, and they seem to forget that human beings
[01:48:44.160 --> 01:48:53.200] aren't cars, and they treat us like we're an object. We need to remind them we're not
[01:48:53.200 --> 01:49:05.360] objects. When I was in the military, I went to the VA, and they practiced on me, and I
[01:49:05.360 --> 01:49:13.640] had a bad experience with a young dentist who put a suture scissor through my lip, and
[01:49:13.640 --> 01:49:20.320] an older doctor came in after he was finished and said, well, he looked you over, and he
[01:49:20.320 --> 01:49:25.360] said, you should have had the patients feet like this, and you raised my feet. You should
[01:49:25.360 --> 01:49:30.000] have had the patients head like this, and you raised my head, blowed my head back, and
[01:49:30.000 --> 01:49:38.840] they were astonished when I came unglued on them. Practicing on me, I don't mind them
[01:49:38.840 --> 01:49:47.160] practicing on me, but you might have told me I would have treated him different. When
[01:49:47.160 --> 01:49:53.960] he climbed up on that chair to cut my tooth out, I grabbed him by his parts and reminded
[01:49:53.960 --> 01:50:00.200] him, if you won't hurt me, I won't hurt you. But I trusted this guy. I thought he knew
[01:50:00.200 --> 01:50:08.600] what he was doing. They treated me with absolutely no personal regard, and we really need to
[01:50:08.600 --> 01:50:16.560] fix that. And I think the only way we fix it is to make them responsible.
[01:50:16.560 --> 01:50:28.680] Absolutely. I'm actually trying to look right now. There's a state statute, the civil practice
[01:50:28.680 --> 01:50:33.160] and remedies code, liabilities and tort under business and commerce code, and I'm actually
[01:50:33.160 --> 01:50:38.400] looking into that right now. It's kind of long, but this is another thing that we could
[01:50:38.400 --> 01:50:45.000] do. We could start suing people in the state courts for this. I mean, these owl paths do
[01:50:45.000 --> 01:50:50.480] have a state license, you know. This is not just a federal matter.
[01:50:50.480 --> 01:50:57.480] Well there is another issue to be looked at here. And that issue is that even if you take
[01:50:57.480 --> 01:51:06.520] these things into the courts, we have the problem of the courts looking at how an adverse
[01:51:06.520 --> 01:51:13.720] ruling would affect the economy rather than looking at whether or not the ruling provides
[01:51:13.720 --> 01:51:20.280] real justice for the people harmed and preventive justice for those in the future. And it's
[01:51:20.280 --> 01:51:26.320] never those things that are the motivating factors. It's always about the profit margins
[01:51:26.320 --> 01:51:32.560] and the economy. Till we change the paradigm of how we're thinking these things should
[01:51:32.560 --> 01:51:39.120] be handled and the benefit they should be providing, this is not going to change because
[01:51:39.120 --> 01:51:45.080] it's always about the bottom line of the economy and those invested in it that it is about
[01:51:45.080 --> 01:51:52.600] the people they're affecting by their idiocy and desire for profit over our well-being.
[01:51:52.600 --> 01:52:03.120] Eddie is exactly right. It's the paradigm. We go to doctors and we are encouraged to
[01:52:03.120 --> 01:52:12.520] think that these doctors, they know medicine. They know how to cure us. And they promote
[01:52:12.520 --> 01:52:22.080] that belief. And then they act from a different paradigm. So we need to take responsibility
[01:52:22.080 --> 01:52:24.880] for our own health. Okay. I just found something that we may be
[01:52:24.880 --> 01:52:34.080] able to get them for under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, state statute. This is a, I'm
[01:52:34.080 --> 01:52:43.120] looking at this here. This is a Chapter 17 DTPA Title IV Liability and Tort, Section 1750.
[01:52:43.120 --> 01:52:50.800] Well, Section 1741 has the beginning of the code of the statute. But Section 1750, Relief
[01:52:50.800 --> 01:52:55.560] for Consumers, a consumer may maintain an action where any of the following constitute
[01:52:55.560 --> 01:53:03.000] a producing cause of economic damages or damages for mental anguish. And it has some listings
[01:53:03.000 --> 01:53:06.920] here, the use or employment by any person of a false misleading or deceptive act or
[01:53:06.920 --> 01:53:13.280] practice that is specifically enumerated in a subdivision of Section B and relied upon
[01:53:13.280 --> 01:53:17.800] by a consumer to the consumer's detriment, that wouldn't apply. But then Number 2, breach
[01:53:17.800 --> 01:53:23.600] of an express or implied warranty, that wouldn't apply. But Number 3 could apply any unconscionable
[01:53:23.600 --> 01:53:32.200] action or course of action by any person. Okay. I would assert that for a doctor to
[01:53:32.200 --> 01:53:37.640] use someone as an ATM machine to get $750,000 to $1 million out of them in their insurance
[01:53:37.640 --> 01:53:43.200] company over the course of a lifetime, instead of giving them a two-week prescription for
[01:53:43.200 --> 01:53:49.320] mental cycling to cure rheumatoid arthritis, I would call that an unconscionable action.
[01:53:49.320 --> 01:53:57.800] Wouldn't you, Randy? Yes. And I'd also call it assault if it amounted to, like Dr. Wallace
[01:53:57.800 --> 01:54:05.040] was talking about, person in a coma in the process of denying, they change, they give
[01:54:05.040 --> 01:54:12.160] him a knee replacement. That's assault. Right. Well, yeah, that's true. I mean, I would
[01:54:12.160 --> 01:54:17.600] almost call this rheumatoid arthritis business assault, too, because they're giving people
[01:54:17.600 --> 01:54:24.080] drugs that literally destroy their immune system. Okay. Now, when you're doing something
[01:54:24.080 --> 01:54:30.560] to harm someone's body like that for no cause, I would cause that assault. Call that assault.
[01:54:30.560 --> 01:54:35.520] All right. Well, let's look at the way we're doing this here. The tobacco industry for
[01:54:35.520 --> 01:54:41.520] years put chemicals in their product to make people addicted to it. What was their punishment?
[01:54:41.520 --> 01:54:48.160] The government took the money, not the people they harmed. Now you want to, well, I'm not
[01:54:48.160 --> 01:54:56.000] saying you, but as an example, now we're talking about suing the medical field for basically
[01:54:56.000 --> 01:55:01.440] doing exactly the same thing. They are in bed with the pharmaceuticals. They get you
[01:55:01.440 --> 01:55:05.600] hooked on those chemicals. They use those chemicals to create more business for both
[01:55:05.600 --> 01:55:14.720] industries. Neither industry treats the illness. They both treat only the symptoms of the illness.
[01:55:15.520 --> 01:55:22.240] And that makes it a self-supporting, self-sustaining industry. If they could cure this stuff,
[01:55:22.240 --> 01:55:26.560] these doctors wouldn't be living in five-story mansions in Beverly Hills. Yeah. Well, that's
[01:55:26.560 --> 01:55:32.960] their problem. That's not our problem. And in this situation, if people sue under the DTPA,
[01:55:32.960 --> 01:55:37.680] the government wouldn't, I'm sorry, the DTPA, the government wouldn't be getting the money.
[01:55:37.680 --> 01:55:45.760] The person harmed would be getting the money. Yeah, but suing. I have people file suits in
[01:55:45.760 --> 01:55:56.000] wrongful foreclosure issues, but we can expect the courts to rule against us out of hand at their
[01:55:56.000 --> 01:56:05.520] return. I'm not going to expect that. I disagree. I disagree. A lot of people have won lawsuits,
[01:56:05.520 --> 01:56:10.880] especially from medical malpractice and harm done in the medical industry. I disagree with that.
[01:56:11.840 --> 01:56:15.760] Well, yeah, but that same industry now in a lot of the states is petitioned to get
[01:56:15.760 --> 01:56:21.760] ceilings on what you can recover. They make millions. You get thousands. There's no loss
[01:56:21.760 --> 01:56:26.720] to these people about what they're doing. I mean, there's absolutely none. Randy's example
[01:56:26.720 --> 01:56:34.240] of the auto mechanic. Your auto mechanic isn't going to, he can go out and dabble around with
[01:56:34.240 --> 01:56:40.000] the carburetor on your car, replace it, order a new part, whatever needs to be done. They can't
[01:56:40.000 --> 01:56:46.560] do that with you and I. There are serious consequences for these doctors experimenting
[01:56:46.560 --> 01:56:55.920] on us. Yes. And if I work on your brakes and I screw it up and you get killed as a result,
[01:56:56.640 --> 01:57:03.440] they're going to want to put me in jail. Well, I say we have to, we have to, we have to do both,
[01:57:04.000 --> 01:57:10.240] you know, and it's probably a lot more likely that people are going to, to prevail in a civil suit
[01:57:10.240 --> 01:57:21.520] than in a assault case. We don't want the doctor indicted. I do. Okay. You may not, Randy. We've
[01:57:21.520 --> 01:57:25.600] talked about this on the air before. You're missing the point. No, I'm not missing the point. Okay.
[01:57:25.600 --> 01:57:31.600] They are criminals. They are harming people. They are killing people. They do need to be indicted
[01:57:31.600 --> 01:57:36.800] and they need to be in jail and they need to get the pants suit off of them. My mission here is
[01:57:36.800 --> 01:57:41.760] not just to make them clean up their act out of fear of being indicted. My mission is to put
[01:57:41.760 --> 01:57:47.680] their butts in jail. Okay. And to see the pants off. All right. We have, we have a little bit
[01:57:47.680 --> 01:57:53.120] different philosophy on that, but that's okay. We're all about different remedies here. I don't
[01:57:53.120 --> 01:58:00.240] really have that philosophy. What I'm looking at is how can I fix this problem? I like, I like
[01:58:00.240 --> 01:58:07.520] Dr. Wallach's fix to the problem. Don't go to the allopathic doctors. Just like Harman Taylor.
[01:58:07.520 --> 01:58:11.920] You want the answer to the problem? Don't use the funny money system. Just don't,
[01:58:12.640 --> 01:58:17.360] don't employ their services. And if they cause you harm, sue them, try to bring them up in front
[01:58:17.360 --> 01:58:24.960] of a grand jury, everything, all of the above. I agree. Absolutely. Good job, Randy. Good job,
[01:58:24.960 --> 01:58:31.040] Eddie. All right, listeners. Randy will be back tomorrow night with his four hour info marathon.
[01:58:31.040 --> 01:58:35.920] Don't miss it. Randy's been rocking and rolling on Friday nights lately. And don't forget the
