[23:34.080 --> 23:52.080]  And in a way it's kind of depressing and disappointing that we have reached the point where the public has to gather together to protect themselves from their own protectors.
[23:52.080 --> 24:03.080]  I think it's an incredibly sad commentary on the State of the Union, but it is unfortunately the State of the Union.
[24:03.080 --> 24:11.080]  Well, yeah, and unfortunately, you know, this idea that the police and the government is our protectors, that unfortunately that is a myth.
[24:11.080 --> 24:16.080]  Okay, that is a fairytale because that is not the reality.
[24:16.080 --> 24:21.080]  They are supposed to be our servants, not our protectors.
[24:21.080 --> 24:23.080]  We'll protect ourselves, thank you very much.
[24:23.080 --> 24:28.080]  They are supposed to be our servants, but what they really turn out to be is a parasite.
[24:28.080 --> 24:39.080]  Okay, reaching off of us for revenue purposes basically, and that's about it, to rob us of our property, our liberty, and our money.
[24:39.080 --> 24:42.080]  All right, and so they're nothing but a parasite the way I see it.
[24:42.080 --> 24:49.080]  And that's why the founding fathers did everything they could to try to set up government to be as limited as possible.
[24:49.080 --> 24:51.080]  But of course, everything's gotten way out of control.
[24:51.080 --> 25:10.080]  And so now basically the way I see it is that we are the host now that we have woke up to the fact that we have this parasite leaching off of us and trying to control us and make us sick and keep us down so they can continue to feed off of us.
[25:10.080 --> 25:16.080]  Now that we have woke up to the fact that we've got this parasite, now we've got to shake it loose to try to deal with it.
[25:16.080 --> 25:35.080]  And that's the way I see things are about the state of affairs concerning this situation with having to band together to notify each other when there are situations like that.

[25:58.080 --> 26:10.080]  The way I see it is that they're our parasite now. They're supposed to be our servants, not our protectors anyway. And now they're actually, they've become a parasite leaching off of us, feeding off of us of our money or property.
[26:10.080 --> 26:16.080]  They want to restrict our liberties so they can continue. They want to make us sick so they can continue to feed off of us.
[26:16.080 --> 26:29.080]  And now that we have woke up to the fact that we've got, that we, the host now have this parasite on us, now we've got to take action to shake it loose and try to get it off of us.
[26:29.080 --> 26:45.080]  And that's what part of what this is all about with this program, Liberty Bell, and what Eddie is setting up, and the court watching and all of this sort of thing so that we can try to, first, we got to, whenever there's a cancer, you've got to get it in check.
[26:45.080 --> 26:54.080]  You have to arrest its growth. You have to arrest the invasion. And then you got to try to knock it back and shrink it and make it go away.
[26:54.080 --> 27:02.080]  And so that's the way I see that the state of affairs are because they were never intended to be our protectors. They were intended to be our servants.

[27:04.080 --> 27:12.080]  Well, I tend to be the eternal optimist. And I see good things happen.
[27:12.080 --> 27:25.080]  One thing that's happening is technology. Technology is giving us the ability to monitor our police in a way we never were able to before.
[27:25.080 --> 27:43.080]  And something that I'm working on and we're getting close, I have a programmer right now working on bar grievance. We had it out, but it wasn't the way I wanted it. So I had to take it back down and do some redesign.
[27:43.080 --> 27:55.080]  And we'll soon have it back up. And the American Bar Association Standards 4 is the largest they are.
[27:55.080 --> 28:10.080]  Once we have this structured, you'll be able to go in and within four questions, we'll be able to lead you to whatever grievance, whatever standard addresses the issue you have.
[28:10.080 --> 28:20.080]  So this will make it very easy to find the issue. And this is the beta test for our overall system.
[28:20.080 --> 28:32.080]  As soon as we get this one working, then we'll drop judicial conduct on it, we'll drop criminal evaluation on it, we'll drop traffic on it, family law.
[28:32.080 --> 28:51.080]  And as we drop these in place, we'll interlink them together so that if somebody gets a ticket and they can go online, fill out a questionnaire, and the system will tell them how to beat up the other guys.
[28:51.080 --> 29:03.080]  When it's cheaper to file suit against the city than pay their three to five hundred dollar fines, people start suing them.
[29:03.080 --> 29:12.080]  And the cities will very quickly find this traffic court as a source of revenue no longer viable.
[29:12.080 --> 29:25.080]  Mike Handel was a good example of that in how much he cost the city to prosecute one single class C misdemeanor.
[29:25.080 --> 29:38.080]  If we can get a dozen people, fifty, a hundred people filing suit against these guys every time they turn around.

[33:19.080 --> 33:26.080]  Yes, I wanted to talk about attitudes in dealing with these issues.
[33:26.080 --> 33:41.080]  Really, the most important thing that we need to get straight if we're going to be effective is how to go about handling ourselves.
[33:41.080 --> 34:00.080]  I'm having more success with public officials because I've learned a lot of strategies over time, learned a whole lot of things not to do, and arguing with public officials is always a bad strategy.
[34:00.080 --> 34:16.080]  Giving public officials legal advice is always a bad strategy. How many times have you heard someone tell a policeman or a court clerk or a bailiff or a judge,
[34:16.080 --> 34:32.080]  this is my right and you're supposed to do this and you're supposed to do that. You know, they hear this all day, every day. We go down to these guys and we have an experience with them.
[34:32.080 --> 34:48.080]  And for us, it's a relatively unique experience because this is not how we spend our lives. And for the most part, we don't realize that these people we're dealing with, they do this every day.
[34:48.080 --> 34:58.080]  If you go in there angry and frustrated, you're probably the tenth one the guy has talked to today who's angry and frustrated.
[34:58.080 --> 35:05.080]  When we get angry and frustrated, we tend to access the same behavior sets.
[35:05.080 --> 35:19.080]  Behavior sets we learned as children growing up, by paying attention to our parents and the people around us and teachers, they teach how to react and respond to different situations.
[35:19.080 --> 35:33.080]  And for the most part, most of the people we encounter really suck at handling themselves under stress.
[35:33.080 --> 35:49.080]  The police deal with people every day who are angry, frustrated, rude, demanding and the police and other public officials, they kind of figure out how to handle us.
[35:49.080 --> 35:59.080]  And they develop ways of handling us that generally wind up leaving us very unsatisfied.
[35:59.080 --> 36:07.080]  So I'm going to suggest a different way of thinking about how we behave ourselves.
[36:07.080 --> 36:19.080]  In the end, that is the most important thing we can do toward achieving remedy, toward achieving a positive outcome.
[36:19.080 --> 36:38.080]  Because I'll never talk about this part and it's difficult to talk about, but it is probably the first thing we should have caught, too, is we need to learn how to behave ourselves.
[36:38.080 --> 36:53.080]  And the first thing we need to do always, before you walk into a government building, ask yourself, what am I trying to achieve?
[36:53.080 --> 37:11.080]  At the end of the day, what for me will be a good outcome from what I'm about to do? And then hold that outcome up in front of you like a lantern and follow it.
[37:11.080 --> 37:31.080]  If a public official fails to do something that you believe the public official should do and it tends to frustrate you and anger you and you start accessing all these old behavioral patterns.
[37:31.080 --> 37:42.080]  If you have a set goal, a set outcome, it will act as a tempering device.
[37:42.080 --> 37:57.080]  If you constantly ask yourself, will what I'm about to say or about to do lead me closer to my intended outcome?
[37:57.080 --> 38:11.080]  It's really easy to say this. It's easy for me to sit here and wax philosophical about it, but it is extremely difficult to do.
[38:11.080 --> 38:19.080]  It takes a tremendous amount of personal self-control and personal self-discipline.
[38:19.080 --> 38:35.080]  You and I, and most of us, grew up at a time after World War II when we had a lot of psychiatrists and psychologists telling everybody, you know, the way you raised your children.
[38:35.080 --> 39:02.080]  I told my mother this one time that she was raising us after the war, after World War II, when Dr. Benjamin Stock and O.S. Neal and a number of these high-profile psychologists were telling people that the way you raised your kids and the way your parents raised you and their parents before them and their parents
[39:02.080 --> 39:10.080]  after the last 6,000 years of recording history, wow, that is all wrong. These guys, these people, they know what they're doing.
[39:10.080 --> 39:19.080]  He should let the child find himself. They'll discipline him, let him develop his own character.
[39:19.080 --> 39:28.080]  Dr. Benjamin Stock on his deathbed said, I have ruined a generation.
[39:28.080 --> 39:39.080]  Now, a terrible matter that you and Daddy were just a couple little ignorant sharecroppers, and you were too damn ignorant to know any better, so you raised us the way you perhaps raised you.
[39:39.080 --> 39:52.080]  Then my mother said, well, thanks a lot, and I said, yes, mother, thanks a lot. You gave me discipline. You gave me personal self-discipline.
[39:52.080 --> 40:01.080]  Those guys out there tried to compete with me. If they don't have personal self-discipline, they are out of their league.
[40:01.080 --> 40:09.080]  Now, frankly, I didn't like it when I was being introduced to personal self-discipline.
[40:09.080 --> 40:26.080]  It wasn't fun, but my father, I didn't realize till I was grown, that everything he did with us was teaching. He treated everything that happened as an opportunity to teach us something.
[40:26.080 --> 40:45.080]  And it wasn't always pleasant, and I think a lot of that was the point, that when you encounter a situation, whether it's pleasant or not is not necessarily a criteria.
[40:45.080 --> 40:52.080]  Outcomes are criteria. What are you trying to achieve?
[40:52.080 --> 41:09.080]  And then trying to achieve what you want to achieve, do you get to do anything you want to? Do you get to act and react any way you feel like acting or react?
[41:09.080 --> 41:27.080]  If you are to achieve your outcomes, you must learn to discipline yourself, and it's not about beating yourself up, but I'm not talking about the kind of discipline that your parents used when they pulled out the bills and stuff.
[41:27.080 --> 41:47.080]  That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about tools that will allow you to take direct conscious control of your internal actions and reactions that will allow you to catch yourself when you're being manipulated.
[41:47.080 --> 42:03.080]  When you go into a courthouse, you have to know everything is orchestrated. Everything they do is orchestrated to reactivate a response set that you learned in school.
[42:03.080 --> 42:23.080]  We have a lot of people complaining about the school's brainwashing us. Well, it's worse than they think. It's worse than they know. The teachers and the principals and all of the people in the school system do, in fact, brainwashes.
[42:23.080 --> 42:38.080]  But they don't think of it as brainwashing. They think of it as maintaining control and discipline and being able to teach us in an environment in which we can learn.
[42:38.080 --> 42:53.080]  Well, that's all well and good, but it leaves us with certain tools that we never tend to develop. We put our kids through 12 years of government-mandated school system.
[42:53.080 --> 43:16.080]  In that school system, here in Texas, we have the education reform bill pushed through by Ross Perot. And the education reform bill says that the school shall instill in the child that people abiding faith in and respect for the American form of government.
[43:16.080 --> 43:35.080]  And they do that. They tell you what all these rights and privileges that you have as a citizen and what a great constitution we have and how the United States is a country based on the rule of law.
[43:35.080 --> 43:50.080]  However, with all those rights and privileges, don't even think about trying to insert one of them while you're in this school, the whole way to the system. We'll follow that square on your head and we'll get back to that when we come back on the other side, ready to kill different students.

[47:03.080 --> 47:22.080]  One of the things that I tend to do sometimes is underestimate my audience, and I'm going to try not to do that here in the future, so I'm going to start talking about some things that I haven't talked about directly.
[47:22.080 --> 47:40.080]  I won't add them in directly, but I think my audience meets my experience of my audience based on the questions I get and the comments that I get. You guys have become pretty sophisticated.
[47:40.080 --> 47:59.080]  It's time for us to take the next step, because frankly, during this last four or five years while I was talking to you folks about all of the things we've been talking about, Deborah and Eddie and I have not been standing still.
[47:59.080 --> 48:22.080]  I got a really encouraging email today from someone in Auckland, New Zealand. He said that he has been listening to us for four or five years, and he has listened to our arguments, growing sophistication, and he appreciated the sophistication.
[48:22.080 --> 48:41.080]  It kind of brought me back to underestimating my audience, so I'm going to try not to do that. I'm going to take the next step. We're going to talk to about some things that on the surface, they sound psychologically sophisticated, but they're really pretty simple.
[48:41.080 --> 49:00.080]  One of the most powerful tools we can use is a reframe. We tend to experience the world around us based on our past experiences. Somebody says something or does something.
[49:00.080 --> 49:18.080]  We look inside and we do what's called a transderivational search. We go inside and say, okay, we've got all these parameters here. In this type of circumstance, how do I normally respond?
[49:18.080 --> 49:29.080]  You have this inner part of the mind that keeps track of all of the things you've already learned, and they'll say, well, this guy came over and he stomped on your foot and he spit right in your eye.
[49:29.080 --> 49:48.080]  When you encounter this kind of situation, you normally react from this context, and it opens your mental piss-off drawer, and you get to do all of the things that you have learned to do when you're really PO'd.
[49:48.080 --> 50:01.080]  Now, the problem with that is that's a good strategy, but the one hand in that, it allows us to become very, very sophisticated.
[50:01.080 --> 50:12.080]  I, like most everyone out there, my age or near my age, I am a very good driver.
[50:12.080 --> 50:21.080]  But I'm only a good driver because I've been driving for 40 years. I can drive and pay almost no attention to it.
[50:21.080 --> 50:33.080]  Who here has not driven a familiar route, thinking about something else, listening to the radio, and all of a sudden you're at your destination?
[50:33.080 --> 50:43.080]  There's another part of our mind that we deal with all the time, but we really don't get to pay much attention to it.
[50:43.080 --> 50:50.080]  That's the part that deals with all of the things we already know or already think we know.
[50:50.080 --> 51:04.080]  And it delivers up to us some very sophisticated behaviors, and it allows us to become very sophisticated as human beings.
[51:04.080 --> 51:20.080]  The problem is, is we can get into new or unusual circumstances and wind up lacking the set of tools that we need to function in this new environment.
[51:20.080 --> 51:32.080]  Understanding that, I mean, who here has not been in a situation where something has occurred and you had just stopped.
[51:32.080 --> 51:38.080]  You've looked inside and you had no behavior to deal with it.
[51:38.080 --> 51:41.080]  To the human animal.
[51:41.080 --> 51:43.080]  Pattern interruption.
[51:43.080 --> 51:55.080]  Being placed in a position where you have no patterns available to tell you how to react or respond to these kinds of, to this kind of situation.
[51:55.080 --> 52:03.080]  Is the most psychologically devastating experience human beings can have.
[52:03.080 --> 52:08.080]  We must be able to predict our environment.
[52:08.080 --> 52:19.080]  In order to be able to function and maintain safety and security in the environment, we must have predictability.
[52:19.080 --> 52:26.080]  I need it, you need it, and those public officials need it.
[52:26.080 --> 52:34.080]  So, prepare attention to how your public officials react and respond.
[52:34.080 --> 52:43.080]  If you go down to the courthouse and you talk to people in the courthouse, you can pretty well tell how long they've been working there.
[52:43.080 --> 52:50.080]  The longer they're working there, the more jaded, distant and disrespectful they tend to become.
[52:50.080 --> 53:02.080]  Because they deal with these same annoying things over and over and over, and they develop these patterns for dealing with it.
[53:02.080 --> 53:10.080]  Sometimes they're positive, sometimes they're not.
[53:10.080 --> 53:30.080]  So, in doing their jobs, in order to make their jobs easier, they learn how to trigger in you and I the kinds of patterns from us that serve their purpose, even if they're very disruptive to us.
[53:30.080 --> 53:39.080]  And they are very good at putting us in a position to where we have very few tools in order to deal with it.
[53:39.080 --> 53:45.080]  So, it's time we turn this thing around.
[53:45.080 --> 53:50.080]  I'm going to suggest that you might go court watch.
[53:50.080 --> 53:55.080]  And don't go court watch the way you normally go court watch.
[53:55.080 --> 54:01.080]  But watch the bailiff. Watch how he deals with people.
[54:01.080 --> 54:11.080]  Watch what happens when he snaps an order and someone does not instantly respond.
[54:11.080 --> 54:18.080]  Watch their pattern. You'll see very definite patterns begin to emerge.
[54:18.080 --> 54:27.080]  If you listen to my stories, I talk about the other things I do and I try to cloak them in humor.
[54:27.080 --> 54:33.080]  But there's a whole lot more to them than just humor.
[54:33.080 --> 54:39.080]  I pay close attention to how these people react and respond.
[54:39.080 --> 54:44.080]  And I work at finding ways of tripping them.
[54:44.080 --> 54:48.080]  I've got this little invisible hook.
[54:48.080 --> 54:56.080]  Now, if it was a big one and it was invisible and I tripped you, psychologically tripped you.
[54:56.080 --> 55:01.080]  You might not know what it did, but you couldn't know it pulled something. So, it's just a little one.
[55:01.080 --> 55:05.080]  So, when I go down and deal with these people, I look for patterns.
[55:05.080 --> 55:12.080]  I look for consistent ways of acting and reacting on their part.
[55:12.080 --> 55:19.080]  And if it's someone that I need to get to do something in particular,
[55:19.080 --> 55:24.080]  then I look for ways of interrupting their patterns.
[55:24.080 --> 55:31.080]  So, probably most of you have heard this story that I tell about Roger Jones.
[55:31.080 --> 55:38.080]  I went to a district judge to file criminal charges against the district attorney.
[55:38.080 --> 55:44.080]  And Bruce Whachty made his courtroom and I know you've heard those stories where Bruce Whachty judged you in the courtroom.
[55:44.080 --> 55:48.080]  This is all about pattern interruption.
[55:48.080 --> 55:55.080]  Okay, think in terms of how that bailiff actually reacts every day.
[55:55.080 --> 56:00.080]  He deals with lawyers all day, 90% of the people he deals with are lawyers.

[56:13.080 --> 56:19.080]  So, Bruce is in his courtroom having a fine day and some guy walks in in a suit, walks up to the bar and points at the bailiff and says,

[56:26.080 --> 56:32.080]  He looks at this guy in the suit and certainly does his season suit to lawyers.
[56:32.080 --> 56:36.080]  And lawyers are very careful not to cause any kind of disruption.
[56:36.080 --> 56:41.080]  They all want to be invisible in the courtroom because they're terrified of that judge.
[56:41.080 --> 56:45.080]  And then I walk over and I order the bailiff to come over and talk to me.
[56:45.080 --> 56:48.080]  So, he walks over and says, who the heck is this guy?
[56:48.080 --> 56:55.080]  And I tell him, my name is Randall Kelton, the structure judge that I have business with the court.
[56:55.080 --> 56:59.080]  And they will always say, man, tell the judge to make you the business.
[56:59.080 --> 57:04.080]  No, you may not. I have business with the court and it's none of yours. You're dismissed.
[57:04.080 --> 57:12.080]  And he is absolutely frozen in his tracks.
[57:12.080 --> 57:17.080]  He has no response set for that.
[57:17.080 --> 57:27.080]  Now, if he had had that done to him 50 or 100 times, he would have a response set for how to deal with that.

[57:30.080 --> 57:34.080]  What I've just done to him is a pattern interruption.
[57:34.080 --> 57:37.080]  So, he's just kind of stuck and I turn around and walk away.

[01:27:55.080 --> 01:28:01.080]  and they said, well, you know, it could be a terror threat. We don't know if somebody could use this phone

[01:28:07.080 --> 01:28:17.080]  So having the hate sunshine, these guys who would act emotionally and improperly, they hate sunshine

[01:28:52.080 --> 01:29:01.080]  Yeah, at the fact of public shaming, sometimes the court of public opinion has more weight than the court of law.

[01:29:08.080 --> 01:29:16.080]  And when you have a video tape that is not flattering to the other side, that creates negative politics.
[01:29:16.080 --> 01:29:26.080]  So this is absolutely wonderful and I told Deborah before you came on when we started out when we were talking about this
[01:29:26.080 --> 01:29:37.080]  and I told her that it is a sad commentary that we are at a point where the public has to gather together

[01:36:13.080 --> 01:36:27.080]  I had a question about when a judge has a clerk sign a deed and deed lands into a non-existent trust that has been closed.

[01:36:36.080 --> 01:36:43.080]  And I am not sure why. There is just kind of a sweaty, rainy quality and maybe I am getting old and I do not hear well.

[01:37:18.080 --> 01:37:35.080]  He was just ignoring it but he did say in writing and on the stand he questioned if it was a viable entity to put a property in it.
[01:37:35.080 --> 01:37:45.080]  So he did question it but he did follow through and put land into a closed trust.
[01:37:45.080 --> 01:37:58.080]  Okay, question about this trust. When the trust was viable, who had control of the trust? Who lost the trustee?

[01:38:01.080 --> 01:38:12.080]  So he has put this property in a trust that he, did he know that you were the trustee?
[01:38:12.080 --> 01:38:24.080]  Yes, a previous judge without any wrongdoing or evidence said he was removing me as trustee.
[01:38:24.080 --> 01:38:43.080]  He also said he would find CPA to review the final accounting and the CPA came back and said no evidence of any wrongdoing by the trustee.
[01:38:43.080 --> 01:38:55.080]  As a matter of fact, it was impossible to do, near impossible to do any accounting because of the mishandling of the documents.
[01:38:55.080 --> 01:39:05.080]  Okay. I've talked to you before about this and this is kind of a problem that we've had.
[01:39:05.080 --> 01:39:07.080]  It's complicated.
[01:39:07.080 --> 01:39:15.080]  No disrespect but when it comes to telling stories, you really suck.
[01:39:15.080 --> 01:39:25.080]  I don't mean that militiously but we don't have enough of the external pieces to put this together.
[01:39:25.080 --> 01:39:39.080]  A judge accused you of impropriety as the trustee and wanted to remove you and brought in a CPA and the CPA found no evidence of impropriety.
[01:39:39.080 --> 01:39:46.080]  So did the judge subsequently remove you or only threaten to remove you?
[01:39:46.080 --> 01:39:52.080]  The judge did remove me as now they took the land.
[01:39:52.080 --> 01:39:59.080]  By the way, don't go too far. Did the judge subsequently point a point?
[01:39:59.080 --> 01:40:05.080]  Immediately when he removed you, did he appoint a substitute trustee?
[01:40:05.080 --> 01:40:07.080]  Yes.
[01:40:07.080 --> 01:40:11.080]  Who was the substitute trustee?
[01:40:11.080 --> 01:40:15.080]  They named a person in the trust.
[01:40:15.080 --> 01:40:29.080]  With the exception of the trust was closed. The deeds were given to the different beneficiaries and all of the cash, the trust was closed with the IRS.
[01:40:29.080 --> 01:40:36.080]  Okay. How was the trust closed? Was all of the assets of the trust liquidated?
[01:40:36.080 --> 01:40:44.080]  Yes. And that was pursuant to the orders in the trust.
[01:40:44.080 --> 01:40:50.080]  Okay. So, okay, your reason for addressing the trust.
[01:40:50.080 --> 01:41:03.080]  Is the trustee of the trust attempting to exercise any control over property that has been removed from the trust?
[01:41:03.080 --> 01:41:05.080]  Repeat that question.
[01:41:05.080 --> 01:41:16.080]  Yes. Okay. If the trust has been, if all of the assets of the trust have been removed from the trust, it would seem like this whole issue would be moot.
[01:41:16.080 --> 01:41:24.080]  It wouldn't matter who was the trustee, because trustee doesn't have any, trust doesn't have any assets anyway.
[01:41:24.080 --> 01:41:48.080]  This is where he has this work of courts, right up the deed, taking back the assets from preexisting recorded deeds into a non-entity of this so-called trust that doesn't exist anymore and hasn't happened for three years.
[01:41:48.080 --> 01:41:55.080]  Okay. You understand what you're talking about is a very sophisticated issue here.
[01:41:55.080 --> 01:42:11.080]  The first thing I will say is file an action against the clerk for putting the property into a void trust.

[01:47:31.080 --> 01:47:42.080]  I'm going to make a suggestion, and then I'm going to ask you to give me what would constitute causes of action.
[01:47:42.080 --> 01:47:49.080]  If somebody does something to me, I can't just sue them because he did something to me.
[01:47:49.080 --> 01:47:58.080]  I have to, like a police officer would, say, this person did these things,
[01:47:58.080 --> 01:48:05.080]  and these things he did amounts to a violation of this statute here.
[01:48:05.080 --> 01:48:15.080]  And here are the elements of decline, and here are the elements he violated, so I can accuse him of violating this statute by that behavior.
[01:48:15.080 --> 01:48:17.080]  What you're talking about is the behavior.
[01:48:17.080 --> 01:48:22.080]  When I asked you what the cause of action was, you didn't know how to answer the question.
[01:48:22.080 --> 01:48:24.080]  That's really important.
[01:48:24.080 --> 01:48:31.080]  There are a number of defined causes of action.
[01:48:31.080 --> 01:48:43.080]  In order to make a claim against these officials, you have to make the claim in terms of a cause of action.
[01:48:43.080 --> 01:48:54.080]  For instance, I entered into a contractual agreement with this person, and this person gave me disclosure about these issues.
[01:48:54.080 --> 01:48:58.080]  But he failed to give me full disclosure.
[01:48:58.080 --> 01:49:04.080]  And I trusted the disclosure he gave me.
[01:49:04.080 --> 01:49:13.080]  Had I had knowledge of the disclosure he did not give me, I would have made a different decision.
[01:49:13.080 --> 01:49:20.080]  But because he failed to give me that information, I made this decision and was harmed thereby.
[01:49:20.080 --> 01:49:29.080]  That defines the cause of action for fraud by non-disclosure.
[01:49:29.080 --> 01:49:31.080]  There's fraud in the fact of fraud by non-disclosure.
[01:49:31.080 --> 01:49:33.080]  There's a whole list of causes of action.
[01:49:33.080 --> 01:49:38.080]  The first thing you need to do is call around a few attorneys.
[01:49:38.080 --> 01:49:41.080]  You can do a little song and dance to yourself without your pants.
[01:49:41.080 --> 01:49:50.080]  Tell them that you're homeschooling your kids and you want to give them a basic course in law.
[01:49:50.080 --> 01:50:03.080]  And ask some lawyer who in Maine or whatever state you're in produces the best litigation guides.
[01:50:03.080 --> 01:50:13.080]  Most people think that lawyers just know everything and they can just go produce any motion that they need anytime they want to.

[01:50:16.080 --> 01:50:20.080]  All lawyers subscribe to a litigation guide.
[01:50:20.080 --> 01:50:25.080]  And that litigation guide will tell them, here's the motion.

[01:50:29.080 --> 01:50:36.080]  Here's how you argue against it, all the details they need, all the case law they need.

[01:50:49.080 --> 01:51:04.080]  And it starts out by listing the defined causes of action and a primary cause of action when you're dealing with public officials is due process.
[01:51:04.080 --> 01:51:19.080]  If a public official breaches due process, that has been, you will do the case by the courts, it is harm per se.
[01:51:19.080 --> 01:51:28.080]  In a claim of breach of due process, you don't have to show that you were actually harmed.
[01:51:28.080 --> 01:51:34.080]  The fact that due process was violated is harm on its face.
[01:51:34.080 --> 01:51:36.080]  That's what per se means.
[01:51:36.080 --> 01:51:40.080]  And for the most part, you're looking at harm per se.
[01:51:40.080 --> 01:51:48.080]  But you need to go to the main litigation guide and look up harm per se.
[01:51:48.080 --> 01:51:51.080]  I'm sorry, look up due process.
[01:51:51.080 --> 01:51:58.080]  I would suggest you do a search, State of Maine Causes of Action.
[01:51:58.080 --> 01:52:00.080]  I did that.
[01:52:00.080 --> 01:52:07.080]  I filed violation of due process because they had hearings and they excluded me.
[01:52:07.080 --> 01:52:08.080]  Okay.
[01:52:08.080 --> 01:52:13.080]  And they violated procedural due process in not notifying me of the hearing.
[01:52:13.080 --> 01:52:20.080]  But then they took the paperwork that I prepared and they put me before the judge who violated it.
[01:52:20.080 --> 01:52:23.080]  Did you file a motion to disqualify?
[01:52:23.080 --> 01:52:24.080]  No, I didn't know.
[01:52:24.080 --> 01:52:27.080]  I asked for recusal.
[01:52:27.080 --> 01:52:28.080]  No, no, no.
[01:52:28.080 --> 01:52:30.080]  Never ask for recusal.
[01:52:30.080 --> 01:52:35.080]  Those no good co-op SOBs, they'll deny recusal every time.
[01:52:35.080 --> 01:52:39.080]  Always ask for disqualification.
[01:52:39.080 --> 01:52:45.080]  Well, there's so many people that are familiar with the case.
[01:52:45.080 --> 01:52:47.080]  They just said they're just railroading you.
[01:52:47.080 --> 01:52:49.080]  They're just running over you.

[01:52:55.080 --> 01:53:05.080]  When I go in and ask a public official to do something, I never really want him to do what I'm asking him to do.

[01:53:10.080 --> 01:53:25.080]  I look at the public official and I say, okay, what can I ask him to do that he won't do that I'll be able to kick the crap out of him for with someone else?
[01:53:25.080 --> 01:53:30.080]  Someone who doesn't have anything to do with what's going on.
[01:53:30.080 --> 01:53:37.080]  I was in vacation Cherokee County where they threw me in jail for 28 days and railroaded me big time.
[01:53:37.080 --> 01:53:39.080]  And then I went after him.
[01:53:39.080 --> 01:53:48.080]  I filed a criminal complaint with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
[01:53:48.080 --> 01:53:54.080]  And I hoped, well, I found about 30 some odd criminal complaints with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
[01:53:54.080 --> 01:54:00.080]  And I was certainly hoping that he wouldn't do anything with them.
[01:54:00.080 --> 01:54:03.080]  He was so accommodated.
[01:54:03.080 --> 01:54:08.080]  I filed all these complaints and he ignored them.
[01:54:08.080 --> 01:54:09.080]  Yeah.
[01:54:09.080 --> 01:54:26.080]  So I went to the District Attorney and asked the District Attorney to take my criminal complaints against the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the State of Texas, and present to the grand jury, hoping that the District Attorney wouldn't do it.
[01:54:26.080 --> 01:54:28.080]  And he didn't.
[01:54:28.080 --> 01:54:30.080]  Wonderful.
[01:54:30.080 --> 01:54:45.080]  Now I will take criminal complaints against the District Attorney for not filing criminal complaints against the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court with the grand jury to the Attorney General.
[01:54:45.080 --> 01:54:48.080]  And what do you think he's going to do?
[01:54:48.080 --> 01:54:50.080]  Nothing.
[01:54:50.080 --> 01:55:10.080]  Now I get to take criminal charges against the Attorney General to the U.S. Attorney and ask the U.S. Attorney to indict the SOB for denying me of my right to petition the court for redress and grievance.
[01:55:10.080 --> 01:55:17.080]  And then I can technically go after him under 1983, but I'm not ready for that yet.
[01:55:17.080 --> 01:55:20.080]  You see, I've got this little car baby.
[01:55:20.080 --> 01:55:22.080]  It's a visible car baby.
[01:55:22.080 --> 01:55:24.080]  They can't see it.
[01:55:24.080 --> 01:55:29.080]  But I try to get everybody to stick to my car baby.
[01:55:29.080 --> 01:55:37.080]  And the important part about that is understanding everything is political.
[01:55:37.080 --> 01:55:42.080]  Everything is political and all politics is local.
[01:55:42.080 --> 01:55:53.080]  You will never win your case because you have the law and the facts on your side to think so is naive.
[01:55:53.080 --> 01:55:59.080]  You will only win your case if you can get the politics on your side.
[01:55:59.080 --> 01:56:06.080]  Now that may not be right, but that's how it is in the world I live in.
[01:56:06.080 --> 01:56:16.080]  And that is how it has always been since the very beginning of civilization.
[01:56:16.080 --> 01:56:20.080]  It is the nature of human beings.
[01:56:20.080 --> 01:56:32.080]  We have to stop thinking things are the way they should be and pay attention to how they really are.
[01:56:32.080 --> 01:56:51.080]  Once you understand that part, then you think, how can I kick this judge right square in his professional pants by getting somebody else to hold him?
[01:56:51.080 --> 01:57:06.080]  I go to somebody else and ask somebody else to do what they're supposed to and prosecute this judge and he refuses, and then I land on that somebody else and make his life miserable by going to somebody over him.
[01:57:06.080 --> 01:57:09.080]  And when that one doesn't, I annoy him.
[01:57:09.080 --> 01:57:22.080]  Now this Chief Justice of the Supreme, I went after, I got him set up because these judges out and pulled up Cherokee County jerked me around.
[01:57:22.080 --> 01:57:32.080]  Now I'm trying to get the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court indicted because he wouldn't ask for my criminal complaints against those chumps.
[01:57:32.080 --> 01:57:35.080]  What do you think he thinks about those chumps?
[01:57:35.080 --> 01:57:38.080]  He is not a happy camper.
[01:57:38.080 --> 01:57:43.080]  Yes, I'm doing this. I don't really know what I'm doing. I'm really nervous.
