[00:00.000 --> 00:07.480] Attention all dads, using laptops, smartphones and other internet browsing tools may affect
[00:07.480 --> 00:09.000] your ability to have children.
[00:09.000 --> 00:15.160] I'm Dr. Cameron Albrecht, back with new research on the negative impact of Wi-Fi on male fertility
[00:15.160 --> 00:16.840]  in a moment.
[00:16.840 --> 00:18.600]  Privacy is under attack.
[00:18.600 --> 00:22.200] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:22.200 --> 00:27.200] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:27.200 --> 00:32.280] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[00:32.280 --> 00:35.000]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[00:35.000 --> 00:40.520] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[00:40.520 --> 00:42.320]  Yahoo and Bing.
[00:42.320 --> 00:45.840]  Start over with StartPage.
[00:45.840 --> 00:47.680]  Are you a wannabe dad?
[00:47.680 --> 00:51.880] If so, you might want to keep your laptop away from your private parts.
[00:51.880 --> 00:56.760] A new study suggests that electromagnetic radiation generated by wireless devices may
[00:56.760 --> 01:00.960] damage sperm and decrease fertility in men.
[01:00.960 --> 01:06.040] Researchers put semen samples from 29 volunteers under a laptop for four hours.
[01:06.040 --> 01:09.800] When the laptop was on but not connected to the web, the sperm did okay.
[01:09.800 --> 01:14.520] But when they connected the laptop to the internet with Wi-Fi, a quarter of the sperm
[01:14.520 --> 01:18.600] stopped swimming and 9% showed DNA damage.
[01:18.600 --> 01:19.600]  The moral?
[01:19.600 --> 01:23.320] If you're using a laptop, put it on a desk, away from the family jewels.
[01:23.320 --> 01:32.400] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:32.400 --> 01:33.800]  Do not pass go.
[01:33.800 --> 01:34.800]  Go directly to jail.
[01:34.800 --> 01:39.960] That's what lawbreakers normally hear from courts, but in Alabama, one judge is offering
[01:39.960 --> 01:42.320]  offenders a unique option for punishment.
[01:42.320 --> 01:44.800]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht in a moment.
[01:44.800 --> 01:47.040]  I'll tell you what it is.
[01:47.040 --> 01:48.760]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:48.760 --> 01:52.360] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:52.360 --> 01:57.320] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:57.320 --> 01:58.840]  So protect your rights.
[01:58.840 --> 02:02.440] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[02:02.440 --> 02:05.080]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[02:05.080 --> 02:10.720] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[02:10.720 --> 02:12.400]  Yahoo, and Bing.
[02:12.400 --> 02:15.840]  Start over with StartPage.
[02:15.840 --> 02:20.120] No country puts a bigger share of its citizens behind bars than the U.S.
[02:20.120 --> 02:25.000] But in Baymonet, Alabama, one judge is offering a novel alternative to jail.
[02:25.000 --> 02:27.200] Go to church on Sundays.
[02:27.200 --> 02:31.680] This only applies to people convicted of misdemeanors and offenders must check in weekly with their
[02:31.680 --> 02:33.600]  pastor and the police.
[02:33.600 --> 02:37.240] Then after 52 sermons, their cases are dismissed.
[02:37.240 --> 02:42.080] The ACLU says this violates the separation between church and state, and other critics
[02:42.080 --> 02:44.600] say it's unfair to atheists and minority religions.
[02:44.600 --> 02:47.760] But I say the program is at least worth trying.
[02:47.760 --> 02:51.760] Being in church on Sunday rather than a prison cell just might change the lives of people
[02:51.760 --> 02:52.760]  on the wrong path.
[02:52.760 --> 03:19.760] I'm Dr. Catherine Albert for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[03:19.760 --> 03:26.760] Okay, we are back, Randy Kelton, Denver Stevens, Eddie Craig with Law Radio, and we're talking
[03:26.760 --> 03:35.200] to Steve in New York and Chris in New York, California, New York, Texas.
[03:35.200 --> 03:38.280]  Is there a New York, Texas?
[03:38.280 --> 03:40.280]  Okay, guys.
[03:40.280 --> 03:41.280]  Steve?
[03:41.280 --> 03:43.280]  Yes, Randy.
[03:43.280 --> 03:51.000] Okay, look at that issue.
[03:51.000 --> 04:02.000] I'm going to suggest one thing that I've been doing is, I think we have been snookered into
[04:02.000 --> 04:09.440]  drinking the MERS Kool-Aid and the securitization Kool-Aid.
[04:09.440 --> 04:18.480] Before you do anything else, have you sent a letter to every notary who has notarized
[04:18.480 --> 04:27.480] a document in the county record requesting evidence of the verification by the notary?
[04:27.480 --> 04:30.480]  Definitely not.
[04:30.480 --> 04:31.480]  Do that.
[04:31.480 --> 04:39.400] And the reason I said it that way, in Texas, California, Colorado, that I know of, notaries
[04:39.400 --> 04:43.600] are required to keep a sequential ledger.
[04:43.600 --> 04:56.520] But in Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, Florida, they're not required to keep a ledger.
[04:56.520 --> 05:03.200] However, they are licensed professionals, and if they're doing this for pay, they have
[05:03.200 --> 05:07.360] to keep financial records of it.
[05:07.360 --> 05:12.240] If they're not keeping financial records of it, that means that they're cheating the
[05:12.240 --> 05:13.800]  tax man.
[05:13.800 --> 05:21.000] So we ask for evidence of the verification.
[05:21.000 --> 05:24.120]  Never got one yet.
[05:24.120 --> 05:33.080] So if you ask for a evidence of the verification on the mortgage, and the notary doesn't provide
[05:33.080 --> 05:38.360] that, then you can go to the district court for declaratory judgment and ask the court
[05:38.360 --> 05:40.800]  to rule.
[05:40.800 --> 05:49.320] Not that they securitize the note and the securitization of the note is inherently illegal
[05:49.320 --> 05:58.360] so that if you give me this ruling, you will change the legal world as you know it.
[05:58.360 --> 06:03.800] Judges do not like to change the world as they know it.
[06:03.800 --> 06:09.960] And the banks have gotten us to drink the MERS Kool-Aid and gotten us to asking the
[06:09.960 --> 06:17.560] judges to render rulings that they absolutely do not want to render.
[06:17.560 --> 06:21.400]  So let's cut that out.
[06:21.400 --> 06:27.080] Go back and read that contract.
[06:27.080 --> 06:35.960] Read every covenant in the contract and compare the covenants to the lender's behavior.
[06:35.960 --> 06:46.920] The lender is exercising the privilege you granted the lender by the contract, claiming
[06:46.920 --> 06:51.360] that you breached a covenant of the contract.
[06:51.360 --> 06:58.640] So you come back and say, prior to my breaching the covenant of the contract, the lender breached
[06:58.640 --> 07:02.760] the covenant of the contract to put MERS in it for crying out loud.
[07:02.760 --> 07:12.280] That's an indication that the lender intended to breach the restriction in the contract
[07:12.280 --> 07:15.640] on the sale of the note.
[07:15.640 --> 07:24.760] The contractual covenant in the contract authorized the sale of the note on the condition that
[07:24.760 --> 07:29.160] it was sold together with the security instrument.
[07:29.160 --> 07:34.400] And whether or not bifurcation of the note creates an inherent cloud on title, we don't
[07:34.400 --> 07:36.560]  care about all that.
[07:36.560 --> 07:39.680]  You breach the contract.
[07:39.680 --> 07:42.000]  First law.
[07:42.000 --> 07:44.000] First law is contract law.
[07:44.000 --> 07:46.880]  That's what's in the contract.
[07:46.880 --> 07:50.080] Second law is uniform commercial code.
[07:50.080 --> 07:54.160] Third law is the civil courts.
[07:54.160 --> 07:56.800] First one is what the contract says.
[07:56.800 --> 07:58.840]  Go back there.
[07:58.840 --> 08:05.640] If the lender did not provide you all of the required notices by mail, claim a breach of
[08:05.640 --> 08:06.640]  contract.
[08:06.640 --> 08:10.240] Hope that he the rest of the notices had to be given to you by mail.
[08:10.240 --> 08:18.600] It says so in I think it's 14 of the covenant 14 of most of the deeds of trust or mortgages
[08:18.600 --> 08:19.600] up there in the front.
[08:19.600 --> 08:23.280] They got to give you all these notices by mail.
[08:23.280 --> 08:31.080] The lender is required by the contract, this generally covenant 15, to abide by all state
[08:31.080 --> 08:32.720]  and federal law.
[08:32.720 --> 08:41.720] And you claim that he violated a state law, which was several laws we accused him of breaking
[08:41.720 --> 08:47.400] and hope it to the rest, but we go in and try to plead hope it to the rest of home equity
[08:47.400 --> 08:52.440] protections act, truth and lending act, real estate settlement procedures act, and the courts
[08:52.440 --> 08:56.840] say, well, you only got three years, one, two, three years respectively, depending on
[08:56.840 --> 08:58.240]  which one it is.
[08:58.240 --> 09:01.640] So your statute of limitations is run.
[09:01.640 --> 09:07.440] You'll claim it on to hope it to the rest, but claim it on to covenant 15.
[09:07.440 --> 09:10.680] There's no statute of limitations on that one.
[09:10.680 --> 09:13.600] They breach the covenant of the deed of trust.
[09:13.600 --> 09:19.880] Therefore they do not have the right to exercise the privilege you granted them of a claim against
[09:19.880 --> 09:20.880]  your property.
[09:20.880 --> 09:29.400] So go back and read that thing and put back to the notary documents filed in the county
[09:29.400 --> 09:34.920]  record are not self-authenticating.
[09:34.920 --> 09:42.920] They must, the, the signatory on the document must be authenticated by an notary.
[09:42.920 --> 09:49.520] Otherwise, you don't know who signed that document, right?
[09:49.520 --> 09:58.120] That's the whole point that's, that was put in a very long time ago to prevent robo signing.
[09:58.120 --> 10:12.200] So, ask the notary to validate the notarization, and if he says that we're not required to
[10:12.200 --> 10:17.480] produce to keep a sequential ledger, you say, well, we didn't ask for a sequential ledger.
[10:17.480 --> 10:22.000] We asked for evidence of the verification.
[10:22.000 --> 10:27.080] If you did that verification, you should have financial records of it.
[10:27.080 --> 10:32.320] If you don't have financial records of the verifications you're doing, then you cheat
[10:32.320 --> 10:36.360] the IRS, which you'd rather fight with, us or the IRS.
[10:36.360 --> 10:45.280] Chris, do you remember the number of the complaint you filed with an IRS to report someone avoiding
[10:45.280 --> 10:47.960]  your taxes, 2939?
[10:47.960 --> 10:52.800] Do you want to remember having you done it, you said?
[10:52.800 --> 10:53.800]  No.
[10:53.800 --> 10:55.720] Do you remember what this is, what the form is?
[10:55.720 --> 11:00.240] It's an IRS form to report someone who's not paying their taxes.
[11:00.240 --> 11:03.720]  Oh, I hadn't memorized it, but I do have it.
[11:03.720 --> 11:04.720]  Okay.
[11:04.720 --> 11:13.000] If you file that, and then they collect the taxes, you get a percentage of what they collect.
[11:13.000 --> 11:16.120]  So, it's kind of a whistleblower act.
[11:16.120 --> 11:23.320] So, either the notary wants to produce proof to us, or produce prima facie evidence that
[11:23.320 --> 11:24.320]  they were committed.
[11:24.320 --> 11:31.000] If they insist that they did the verification, and they don't produce evidence to show that
[11:31.000 --> 11:36.520] they did it by way of financial evidence, if they don't have a sequential ledger, and
[11:36.520 --> 11:40.240]  they don't have that, didn't they commit a tax fraud?
[11:40.240 --> 11:44.440] So, who do you want to fight with, Bubba?
[11:44.440 --> 11:46.440]  Go ahead, Steve.
[11:46.440 --> 11:51.160] Like in New York, I've never paid, I've never had to pay for a notary to sign anything.
[11:51.160 --> 11:56.560] I go to my bank, and I ask, is there a notary on duty, and they're like, sure, and if I
[11:56.560 --> 11:58.080] bank there, they just do it.
[11:58.080 --> 12:02.160] There's no record of anything, and I never paid a dime for it.
[12:02.160 --> 12:08.560] Well, here, that would be the same here, because they're not charging for it, but they would
[12:08.560 --> 12:16.400] still have to show that, because I can assure you that they're taking that, the bank's taking
[12:16.400 --> 12:21.360]  that as a deduction.
[12:21.360 --> 12:24.600] The bank's not just doing that for free.
[12:24.600 --> 12:34.680] The bank earned X amount of money in doing the notary, whatever, in taxes of six bucks.
[12:34.680 --> 12:40.720] They earned six bucks when they did that, so they put that on their ledger, but they
[12:40.720 --> 12:42.560]  didn't collect that six bucks.
[12:42.560 --> 12:43.560]  Right.
[12:43.560 --> 12:47.640]  So that's a six dollar loss.
[12:47.640 --> 12:51.560]  They get paid anyway.
[12:51.560 --> 13:01.640] So they still have to, in business, they still have to keep records of it, and in this case,
[13:01.640 --> 13:03.040]  this is different.
[13:03.040 --> 13:04.040]  This is a notary.
[13:04.040 --> 13:11.360] The notary works for the bank, notarized for you, and it's okay, but if the notary notarizes
[13:11.360 --> 13:15.480] something for the bank, they're going to have to keep a record of that.
[13:15.480 --> 13:23.240] They're going to have to be able to show that this was actually done, and this whole issue
[13:23.240 --> 13:28.840] goes to exactly the problem with robo-signing.
[13:28.840 --> 13:38.040] If I bring you a document, and it has my signature on it, and I'm signing for MERS,
[13:38.040 --> 13:42.800] how do you know that I have anything to do with MERS?
[13:42.800 --> 13:51.840] Say this is a document from MERS assigning the deed of trust from the lender that has
[13:51.840 --> 14:01.960] it to this other lender over here that I happen to be a secret owner of, and I file this assignment.
[14:01.960 --> 14:05.640] What authority do I have to make the assignment?
[14:05.640 --> 14:12.040] Well, they put notaries in place, so I have to go to a notary and prove up who I am to
[14:12.040 --> 14:20.640] the notary, and have the notary verify, yes, this person who signed this is the person they
[14:20.640 --> 14:25.560] claim to be, and they have the capacity they claim to have.
[14:25.560 --> 14:27.840] That's the whole purpose of the notary.
[14:27.840 --> 14:30.760] It would stop all of this robo-signing nonsense.
[14:30.760 --> 14:38.680] But how does a notary have the capability of determining that they have the capacity
[14:38.680 --> 14:42.440] to do what they're doing other than identifying them as who they said they are?
[14:42.440 --> 14:46.760]  Well, that's a piece of cake, power of attorney.
[14:46.760 --> 14:54.360] If you're signing a document in your own capacity, then you don't need power of attorney.
[14:54.360 --> 15:00.080] But if I'm a notary and you come to me and say, I'm signing this document as an agent
[15:00.080 --> 15:07.480] for this company, okay, you want to show me power of attorney, show me that you have authority
[15:07.480 --> 15:17.800] to sign for this company, this whole purpose of notary is authentication, right?
[15:17.800 --> 15:21.960] So we ask them for it.
[15:21.960 --> 15:29.640]  Now, if you've got a state where it's California, Colorado, Texas, and I'm sure there's more
[15:29.640 --> 15:39.520] that requires sequential ledger, where a sequential ledger is required and not produced, that
[15:39.520 --> 15:42.880]  is a criminal act.
[15:42.880 --> 15:44.520]  So that one's a big deal.
[15:44.520 --> 15:49.960] And that will absolutely produce the presumption that the notary is invalid.
[15:49.960 --> 16:00.440] And one other thing, every signature on any document, send a letter to the company for
[16:00.440 --> 16:10.600] whom the person signed and request evidence of power of attorney for that person.
[16:10.600 --> 16:15.280] You can be relatively certain you will not get it.
[16:15.280 --> 16:20.040] We can go to the court and say, your honor, this guy has a robo signer, his name is plotted
[16:20.040 --> 16:21.040]  all over the internet.
[16:21.040 --> 16:23.040] And the judge is going to say so.
[16:23.040 --> 16:25.440] That doesn't mean he doesn't have authority to sign this document.
[16:25.440 --> 16:28.800] We are judges, robo signers, namesplatter all over the internet.
[16:28.800 --> 16:31.800] We send a request to the company for his power of attorney.
[16:31.800 --> 16:33.360]  They didn't send us anything back.
[16:33.360 --> 16:37.840] So we have reason to believe that he does not have that power of attorney and he is a robo
[16:37.840 --> 16:38.840]  signer.
[16:38.840 --> 16:41.840] That's something the judge can see his teeth into.
[16:41.840 --> 16:48.000] Hang on, this is Randy Kelton, David Stevens, Eddie Craig, we will go radio.
[16:48.000 --> 17:15.560]  I call it number 512-646-1984, we'll be right back.
[17:15.560 --> 17:34.440] I'm going to go to the court and say, your honor, this is Randy Kelton, David Stevens,
[17:34.440 --> 17:45.140] Eddie Craig, Eddie Craig, Eddie Craig, Eddie Craig, Eddie Craig, Eddie Craig, Eddie Craig,

[19:13.560 --> 19:17.560] You know what I mean? My friend, Nala Jackson.
[19:17.560 --> 19:31.400] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelk, Jeff, Steve, and Jenny Craig with
[19:31.400 --> 19:39.160] Law Radio. And we're talking to Steve in New York. And Steve in looking at the
[19:39.160 --> 19:49.320] issue of the securitization of the note. This is really hard to get these judges to go there.
[19:49.960 --> 19:55.960] You know, we get an opinion on that every once in a while, but if you're watching the courts,
[19:55.960 --> 20:02.920] you'll see that those rulings in our favor are rare because the courts really don't want to go
[20:02.920 --> 20:12.280] there. And so if we're going to undermine that, we need to give the judge some very specific
[20:12.280 --> 20:21.880] details, facts. And the first place to look as concerns the fact is county record.
[20:23.080 --> 20:29.800] What's in the registrar's office. And if you look in the real estate settlement procedures act
[20:29.800 --> 20:36.760] under notice of beneficial interest, under the real estate settlement procedures act,
[20:36.760 --> 20:42.760] any change in beneficial interest, any time a change is made, they're required to notice the
[20:42.760 --> 20:48.440] borrower. Now, we don't want to claim that under
[20:48.440 --> 20:58.680] the real estate settlement procedures act because the requirement that the lender notice
[20:58.680 --> 21:07.720] the borrower doesn't carry with it a remedy. It's just a legal requirement. The remedy is
[21:07.720 --> 21:18.360] the end covenant 15 of the trust. So you can say this trustee of this pass through trust
[21:19.880 --> 21:28.600] claims to be the holder of my note. However, I received no notice of his holder's status.
[21:28.600 --> 21:36.200] Therefore, while he may hold a claim against me based on the note,
[21:37.800 --> 21:45.720] the privilege I granted him in the mortgage is void because he breached the covenant of the
[21:45.720 --> 21:54.760] mortgage. So he can't exercise that privilege. This will be a whole lot easier to adjudicate
[21:54.760 --> 22:07.560] than saying that the trust does not properly hold your note. Back out of all of the esoteric
[22:07.560 --> 22:15.400] arguments of securitization process and all the steps they're supposed to go through,
[22:17.560 --> 22:22.920] that's too complex for us to give a headache. Go back to the deed of trust and say,
[22:22.920 --> 22:33.000] right here, it requires that the lender abide by all law. Everyone I'm having, it's a surface ability
[22:34.280 --> 22:42.680] clause, everyone has it, but he's even abide by all law and I as a consumer have had a reasonable
[22:42.680 --> 22:50.120] expectation that since these are all licensed professionals that I could trust him to abide
[22:50.120 --> 22:59.080] by all law. He didn't do it. He breached the contract. Therefore, he can't come to the court
[23:00.360 --> 23:09.640] and do an in rim claim against this property. This mortgage I granted him, granted him a claim
[23:09.640 --> 23:18.520] against the property so that he could sue the property directly and this mortgage by granting
[23:18.520 --> 23:24.760] him a claim against the property put restrictions on what I could do with the property. I can't
[23:24.760 --> 23:34.360] liquidate the property and diminish his collateral, but he breached that. This mortgage is void.
[23:35.800 --> 23:43.000] He still has a claim based on the note, but now he would have to come back and sue me personally
[23:43.000 --> 23:49.640] and get a claim against me and then petition the court for a judgment against the property
[23:50.200 --> 23:58.760] so that he could enforce the judgment, liquidate the property papers and recover his damages.
[24:00.600 --> 24:03.080] Okay, Steve, is this making sense where I'm going?
[24:04.440 --> 24:05.720]  It's making sense, yes.
[24:05.720 --> 24:12.920] Yeah, we're going to, I gave him a privilege. This is not some kind of right. This was a
[24:12.920 --> 24:20.040] privilege I granted him and he abused privilege. Right here, Judge, this is real easy contract
[24:20.040 --> 24:27.960] law, first law. The first day contract law, you got to follow the rules. We don't care about
[24:27.960 --> 24:36.600] securitization all out of the trash. This won't change the world as the judge knows it. We're
[24:36.600 --> 24:40.520] getting into all these securitization issues because it's really, really complex.
[24:42.440 --> 24:49.240] Okay, that's my suggestion on that one. And the way you can undermine their position there is
[24:49.240 --> 24:58.120] is the notices that they didn't send, are the assertions of violations of covenants of the
[24:58.120 --> 25:07.880] contract, and assertions that the actors who purportedly made the assignments had no power to
[25:07.880 --> 25:15.560] do so. Are any of the assignments made by MERS? All of them are made by MERS.
[25:15.560 --> 25:31.640] Okay, this is contract law 101. First day, first hour. In everybody who brings a concession
[25:33.000 --> 25:37.480] into the contract, they have to affirm the contract. You've got to sign it.
[25:39.320 --> 25:44.680] If I concede that I'll pay you a certain amount of money, I have to sign it and affirm that I'm
[25:44.680 --> 25:52.760] going to do that. If I want to appoint someone other than myself as the beneficiary, I got to
[25:52.760 --> 26:00.360] sign the contract and affirm that. They didn't sign it. That is probably the single simplest,
[26:01.080 --> 26:09.480] most straightforward argument we have. But the one problem with that one is
[26:09.480 --> 26:17.800] it will change the world as the judge knows it because none of them are signed by the borrower,
[26:17.800 --> 26:26.200] by the lender. So we put that one in to give the judge something, a reason to give us
[26:27.080 --> 26:35.000] an answer we want on another one. The fact that the signatory on the assignment
[26:35.000 --> 26:45.080] hasn't demonstrated power of attorney to make this, to sign the document, that's
[26:45.080 --> 26:52.920] real easy for the judge and that's not something that will change the deal to landscape as he knows
[26:52.920 --> 27:01.880] it. So for those two, with the notaries and the signatories, that gives us something that
[27:01.880 --> 27:08.120] we can go to a state court in a separate petition for declaratory judgment.
[27:09.720 --> 27:17.480] This is a whole separate proceeding. You ask the judge to look at this document,
[27:17.480 --> 27:24.760] look at the four corners of this document and compare this document to the state property code
[27:24.760 --> 27:34.680] and rule that this document does not meet the requirements of the property code for filing
[27:34.680 --> 27:41.880] a claim against the real property with the county registrar. It's a lot easier to get done and I
[27:41.880 --> 27:49.240] suggest that you look at doing that with a totally separate action and get a lawyer to do it.
[27:49.240 --> 28:00.680] It's a simple 30-minute hearing thing. Lawyer's not going to charge you a whole lot to do that,
[28:00.680 --> 28:09.800] but you don't want to deal with proce bias. If you can get the judge to give you that ruling,
[28:09.800 --> 28:19.160] these guys are toast because now you take this ruling back to the foreclosure case and it's
[28:19.160 --> 28:27.960] resjudicata, something that has already been adjudicated and the trial court has no power to
[28:27.960 --> 28:37.160] revisit it. Does that make sense? It does. And the bank that's trying to foreclose obviously has
[28:37.160 --> 28:42.520] a problem because they dropped the foreclosure suit against me and they haven't refiled it. So they
[28:42.520 --> 28:50.520] have some severe issues and I'm trying to just get them while they're down. Okay. They started
[28:50.520 --> 28:58.360] the suit. They dropped it. Okay. There are laws on that. They're going to have a certain amount
[28:58.360 --> 29:08.440] of time to refile. Right. And they also tried to refile. They did a lease pendants and then
[29:08.440 --> 29:16.120] two months after they filed the renewed lease pendants, they dropped that as well. And during
[29:16.120 --> 29:22.520] that time, there was a new assignment of the mortgage filed at the courthouse by MERS,
[29:23.480 --> 29:31.400] just basically reassigning the mortgage to the new name of the same bank that that manages the
[29:31.400 --> 29:37.320] trust. Okay. I'm going to suggest that they filed suit and then they voluntarily dropped it,
[29:37.320 --> 29:44.280] that you petition for sanctions against them for your cost in adjudicating the frivolous suit.
[29:46.120 --> 29:48.320] Okay. Hang on. This is Randy Kelton,
[29:48.320 --> 29:56.360] Deputy Stephen Zeddy Craig with our radio. Call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back.
[30:00.040 --> 30:05.640] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th. The
[30:05.640 --> 30:11.000] government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded
[30:11.000 --> 30:15.320] it was a controlled demolition. Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[30:15.320 --> 30:20.120] And thousands of my fellow force responders have died. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a structural
[30:20.120 --> 30:24.280] engineer. I'm a New York City correction officer. I'm an Air Force pilot. I'm a father who lost his
[30:24.280 --> 30:29.880] son. We're Americans and we deserve the truth. Go to RememberBuilding7.org today.
[30:29.880 --> 30:37.560] HempUSA.org has moved and expanded its operations for faster worldwide shipping. Our product line
[30:37.560 --> 30:43.720] has grown from five to nearly 100 items in less than five years. Our food has grown naturally,

[31:09.240 --> 31:14.840] it with. Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then. Brave New Books? Yes. Brave
[31:14.840 --> 31:19.720] New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul,
[31:19.720 --> 31:25.800] and G. Albert Griffin. They even stock inner food, Burkey products, and Calvin Soaps. There's no way
[31:25.800 --> 31:31.480] a place like that exists. Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown in 1904 Guadalupe Street,
[31:31.480 --> 31:37.480] just south of UT. Aw, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there. Actually, they now
[31:37.480 --> 31:43.160] offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind the
[31:43.160 --> 31:50.600] bookstore. It does exist, but when are they open? Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.,
[31:50.600 --> 31:57.400] and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. So give them a call at 512-480-2503 or check out their events
[31:57.400 --> 32:23.400]  page at bravenewbookstore.com.
[32:27.400 --> 32:54.040] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Debra Steven, Jadie Craig, Rue Royal Radio, and Steve, I kind of
[32:54.040 --> 32:59.720] feel like I'm beating this issue up. I think I gave you a lot more information than you called in
[32:59.720 --> 33:09.400] asking for, but I did that so that everybody hears it. We're looking at a more holistic way
[33:09.400 --> 33:15.720] of looking at these things. Did I answer your questions or is there still a question there
[33:15.720 --> 33:24.360] that I didn't get to? No, you answered my specific question on whether to try the tactic of
[33:24.360 --> 33:28.840] securitization and whether the mortgage ended up there, so whether they have standing or not.
[33:30.920 --> 33:34.040] It's something that could be used, but I guess you're probably right that a judge
[33:34.040 --> 33:39.880] really doesn't want to go there, but I guess it's something that could be used because
[33:39.880 --> 33:46.600] it's being used from some of the things that I found. That is a great thing to use
[33:47.880 --> 33:56.600] to give the judge a reason to give you the decision you want on a more minor issue.
[33:59.160 --> 34:05.080] If you've got 20 issues here and 19 of them are really, really difficult ones,
[34:05.080 --> 34:11.720] and one is really easy, you can grant you what you're asking for on the easy ones and never
[34:11.720 --> 34:19.480] have to touch the hard ones. That's a standard technique they use. The lawyers use that all the
[34:19.480 --> 34:29.640] time. Right now the judges, I have to send in a reply to the response to the attorney's response
[34:29.640 --> 34:37.160] to my complaint, and I have to tell the judge why she shouldn't dismiss my case. That's the
[34:37.160 --> 34:44.440] RISPA claim, that's the TILA claim, and the FDCPA claim. I've got to find a reason to say you need
[34:44.440 --> 34:51.000] to hear this case because she's in the position right now to say, I'm going to dismiss this,
[34:52.280 --> 34:58.120] and a motion for summary judgment. I have to respond to this and use something to say,
[34:58.120 --> 35:04.840] no, this is why you need to hear this. Okay, so this is a rule 12 motion to dismiss
[35:04.840 --> 35:11.560] the failure state of claim? Yes. Yeah, they're going to rule against you on those no matter
[35:11.560 --> 35:22.200] what you do. We have about 600 in, they rule against every one of those. That's okay. What
[35:22.200 --> 35:27.000] they're going to do is they will rule against all of your federal claims. You are in the federal
[35:27.000 --> 35:35.560] court, right? Yes. Okay, they'll rule against your federal claims and not rule on your state claims.
[35:37.800 --> 35:43.480] And that's okay because now you bring them back into the state court. How long have you held
[35:43.480 --> 35:52.680] them off with the federal suit? Over two years. Yeah, it was a stopping action and every single
[35:52.680 --> 35:58.280] time we filed. That's his limitations for pursuing deficiency. I mean, it's been so long since I
[35:59.320 --> 36:03.080] defaulted on this mortgage, so almost for four years.
[36:05.480 --> 36:11.000] Oh, no, no. Once an action is taken, the clock stops.
[36:14.360 --> 36:18.440] Are you saying that your statute of limitations to make a claim has started?
[36:18.440 --> 36:25.640] No, no, no. I'm saying if they eventually ever do foreclose on this property, it's been so long
[36:27.080 --> 36:33.480] that their statute of limitations have run out to even pursue deficiency judgment against me
[36:33.480 --> 36:37.960] because of your statute of limitations. They can't even come after what's left because
[36:37.960 --> 36:42.360] they waited long to try and take it. Yeah, that would be subrogation,
[36:42.360 --> 36:47.640] but they can still take the property. They just won't be able to come after you for any deficiency.
[36:47.640 --> 36:59.480] However, run the sin letters to everybody and see if we can establish primatica. These are pawn
[36:59.480 --> 37:07.480] moves. These are things that sneak out there and they don't see them coming. What we had in Florida
[37:07.480 --> 37:19.400] is Francis in Colorado requested the sequential letter. The notary didn't give it to her. She
[37:19.400 --> 37:27.080] contacted the attorney general, I'm sorry, the secretary of state. Secretary of state requested
[37:27.080 --> 37:34.360] the journals, didn't get them. Francis filed a complaint with the secretary of state. Three days
[37:34.360 --> 37:39.480] later, the original loan broker called her and asked her if there was something that she could do
[37:39.480 --> 37:45.960] to work this out. And I had her tell him, no, you're cannon fodder. I got bigger fish to fry
[37:45.960 --> 37:58.280] than you. So then she filed suit against the lawyers and named the notary. She sent a process
[37:58.280 --> 38:04.760] server out to serve the notary. And the day the process server went out, the notary's website
[38:04.760 --> 38:15.480] came down. He got to the house. The house was empty. Notary hit the road. It's a big deal.
[38:15.480 --> 38:23.320] Each one of those was a class A misdemeanor. We have two people in, they were in California,
[38:23.320 --> 38:30.120] but they were doing business in Nevada. One of them got 101 felony charges. The other
[38:30.120 --> 38:36.840] one, 100 felony charges for just this kind of thing. I know that the Nevada
[38:38.040 --> 38:41.960] original note was the one that provided the title insurance.
[38:44.360 --> 38:50.200] Good. Asked him for, you know, we have a, we have a guy, Brian Peavey in California.
[38:50.200 --> 38:56.040] He was a real estate agent. He knew the notary. And he went to the secretary, the
[38:56.760 --> 39:03.400] secretary of state for California and asked for a mailing address for this notary. And they never
[39:03.400 --> 39:14.920] heard of him. He never was a notary. So the deed of trust is toilet paper, illegal size toilet
[39:14.920 --> 39:23.320] paper. Right. So now he can, he can move for them to strike the deed of trust. Okay. If you can get
[39:23.320 --> 39:31.960] that done, if you send these letters, you don't get responses, you get it set up. Then you need to
[39:31.960 --> 39:40.840] get a bulletproof trust and grant a warranty deed to the bulletproof trust and have that
[39:40.840 --> 39:47.560] warranty deed in your back pocket when you go to the court. Don't let anybody know it's there yet.
[39:48.600 --> 39:55.800] And if you can get the court to give you a ruling that the mortgage is void for any reason,
[39:57.320 --> 40:01.640] immediately drop that data trust out of that warranty deed in the county record.
[40:01.640 --> 40:12.360] First in time is first in line. When the judge rules against their lien against the property,
[40:13.640 --> 40:16.760] then you are free to transfer the property to someone else.
[40:18.680 --> 40:21.960]  And that's, we'll show you how to make a bulletproof trust.
[40:21.960 --> 40:30.360] So we drop it in. Now the bank can come back and refile their lien, but they got used to overcome.
[40:33.160 --> 40:41.000] So it really puts a roadblock in front of them. Okay. Do anything else we need to address?
[40:41.880 --> 40:45.720] I don't know. I think Chris maybe wanted to say something else before we got off.
[40:45.720 --> 40:51.480] Oh, ready? Hola, Sr. Chris.
[40:52.520 --> 40:57.160]  Am I unmuted? You are not unmuted. I can't hear a word you're saying.
[40:58.200 --> 40:59.640]  Okay. You're unmuted, yeah.
[41:02.520 --> 41:07.400] I was actually, you know, for the longest time, I've been calling into this show for five years.
[41:09.160 --> 41:13.400] I wanted to kind of shake these up. I really wanted to hear your opinion on something.
[41:13.400 --> 41:19.080] And for those listening, this is fairly off topic, especially from real estate.
[41:19.640 --> 41:28.920] But those of you who may not know Randy beyond this radio show like I do, he is a ball of knowledge
[41:29.720 --> 41:36.840] and has some really great insight on multiple issues. And I spent the last couple of years
[41:36.840 --> 41:43.880] studying, trying to educate myself on different issues. I've had many late nights over Crown
[41:43.880 --> 41:52.120] Royal with Randy and probably two or three times as many with Sushi and Saki with Steve.
[41:53.240 --> 42:00.200] So, yeah, Steve is an old college roommate of mine. So we've had some pretty deep discussions.
[42:00.200 --> 42:08.200] We grew up in the same religion, the same church for that matter. And Randy, I don't want to get
[42:08.200 --> 42:15.400] into the religious discussion, but I wanted to ask your opinion on something. Having gone through a
[42:15.400 --> 42:24.120] phase of knowing what's changed in government over the last 200 years and how we got to where
[42:24.120 --> 42:33.000] we are today. And then realizing I was asleep the majority of my life. And when you finally realize
[42:33.800 --> 42:40.040] you're awake, you go through what's called an angry young man phase. But you're just ticked at
[42:40.040 --> 42:43.960] the world because you feel the wool was pulled over your eyes and you start to see things,
[42:43.960 --> 42:49.160] how they really are. You want to make a change. I mean, Randy, you know, I've been out there,
[42:49.160 --> 42:56.200] I wrote the criminal complaints. I even had an account mayor arrested off of a criminal complaint.
[42:56.920 --> 43:04.120] So this stuff works and it's great. But then you progress to a point, a little different maturity,
[43:05.320 --> 43:11.640] understanding things and things you can change and can't change. And here's the thing, Randy,
[43:11.640 --> 43:17.560] I've spent the last two years, especially talking with Steve, going down a path of
[43:17.560 --> 43:26.520] not necessarily trying to find enlightenment, but questioning things that I believe a lot of people
[43:26.520 --> 43:34.360] try to ask over over the years and of the lifetime. And for you, Randy, when we come back, I want to
[43:34.360 --> 43:43.160] get a little deep with you. Okay, that'll work for me. This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie
[43:43.160 --> 43:51.400] Craig, rule of law radio, a call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back.

[44:59.800 --> 45:05.400] The Oklahoma City Bombing. Top 10 reasons to question the official story.
[45:05.400 --> 45:10.520] Reason number one, John Doe number two, and other accomplices. On the day of the bombing,
[45:10.520 --> 45:15.480] nearly all of the witnesses that saw Tim McBae and the Ryder truck report that he was accompanied
[45:15.480 --> 45:21.240] by other perpetrators. The FBI and federal prosecutors insist that Tim McBae alone
[45:21.240 --> 45:25.800] delivered the Ryder truck bomb to the Murr Building and detonated it. The only witness
[45:25.800 --> 45:30.520] the government produced to place McBae at the building that morning, Dana Bradley, who lost
[45:30.520 --> 45:35.480] her children in one of her legs in the bombing, testified that she saw McBae with another man,
[45:35.480 --> 45:40.840] the fable John Doe number two, exiting the Ryder truck. While at least 15 other witnesses
[45:40.840 --> 45:47.240] claimed to have seen McBae with other perpetrators the day of the bombing, no less than 226 witnesses
[45:47.240 --> 45:52.840] placed him with other men in the days before the bombing, including when he rented the Ryder truck,
[45:52.840 --> 45:57.960] and in some cases have positively identified the other perpetrators. For more information,
[45:57.960 --> 46:23.960]  please visit okcbombingtruth.com.
[46:57.960 --> 47:06.120] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Deb. Steve with Daddy Craig, and we're really low radio,
[47:06.760 --> 47:14.520] and we're talking to Steve, Steve, talking to Chris in Texas, and Chris is going to get deep.
[47:16.280 --> 47:22.840] All right, and again, I value your opinions, I love your stories, and for those of you who don't
[47:22.840 --> 47:28.600] know, Randy is a very worldly guy, if that's what incontinence means. I'm just kidding.
[47:31.640 --> 47:40.440] Okay, so here's a question. It's a very simple statement, but I'd like to hear your theory
[47:40.440 --> 47:51.240] and let you expand from there. What are your feelings on us as a human species being alone
[47:51.240 --> 48:00.360] in this universe? Well, according to Carl Sagan, the statistical likelihood of that
[48:01.240 --> 48:11.880] is somewhere between little and none, and it doesn't fit. I realize that a lot of
[48:12.520 --> 48:19.640] people with strong religious convictions will bristle at this, but I see nothing in the Bible
[48:19.640 --> 48:28.760] that would negate the likelihood that God, if there is a God, created us, and
[48:29.480 --> 48:36.440] see, certainly had the option to create any others he wanted to. He never said he did,
[48:36.440 --> 48:45.720] but it never said he didn't either. And for us to presume that somehow we're the only ones,
[48:45.720 --> 48:50.520] and it's interesting that you speak to that, because something I was thinking about today,
[48:50.520 --> 49:01.320] this notion of special creation, I think that that has been misinterpreted, that we are a special
[49:01.320 --> 49:10.920] creation, not special as one group of human beings relative to another group of human beings,
[49:10.920 --> 49:19.560] but special as human beings relative to all of the creatures. I've always had a problem with
[49:19.560 --> 49:28.600] this notion of special creation, that I have this personal belief of mine, and since I am a special
[49:28.600 --> 49:34.920] creation under God, my belief is the right belief, and anybody who doesn't believe what I believe,
[49:34.920 --> 49:41.080] they're not special. They're not part of this group, and I was just thinking about that today,
[49:41.080 --> 49:45.720] that was one of the things that's kind of concerned me, because I've been reading the
[49:47.560 --> 49:55.400] Earth Chronicles by Zacharias Sitchin, and he's interpreting the Sumerian texts, and I've mentioned
[49:55.400 --> 50:08.360] some of that on the air in other contexts, but it is interesting that the Sumerians 6,000 years ago
[50:10.200 --> 50:17.960] knew about Pluto. They didn't just know about it, they knew what its exact moment was, what its
[50:17.960 --> 50:30.520] orbit was. They knew about Saturn and Neptune 6,000 years ago. How'd they know that? Well,
[50:31.080 --> 50:37.000] according to their own writings, the gods came here from another planet and told them.
[50:37.000 --> 50:48.440] This is exactly what the books, what all the ancient writings say. So, are there other creatures?
[50:48.440 --> 50:58.840] I have no idea. Is there evidence for other creatures? Absolutely. You know, I'm an engineer,
[50:58.840 --> 51:07.240] and my first day in electronic theory. They get all our tuition, they get us in class,
[51:07.240 --> 51:12.120] they get us sat down, and the professor walked in, he looked out over the class, and he said,
[51:13.240 --> 51:22.840] electricity, we don't know what it is. And we're all sitting there looking at each other like,
[51:22.840 --> 51:30.680] what? We don't know what it is, but we do know some things that it does. And based on our experience,
[51:30.680 --> 51:35.320] we have developed certain theorems, axioms, and postulates to describe what it does.
[51:36.840 --> 51:43.080] But all through your electronics career, never forget, we don't know what it is.
[51:45.480 --> 51:51.400] So, if you encounter a phenomena that doesn't match one of our theorems, axioms, and postulates,
[51:51.400 --> 51:56.760] quick like a bunny rabbit, you throw out that theorem, axiom, and postulate.
[51:58.440 --> 52:07.240] Never throw out phenomena, because Mother Nature has all these laws.
[52:08.680 --> 52:18.840] First law, Mother Nature enforces all of her laws, all of the time, and she doesn't care about our
[52:18.840 --> 52:27.640] theorems, axioms, or postulates. That could well have turned out to be the one piece of information
[52:27.640 --> 52:38.760] that made the entire time I spent in college worth it. I look around at various cultures
[52:38.760 --> 52:49.560] around the world across time, and there are certain phenomena that all of these cultures address.
[52:51.720 --> 53:02.360] You can't ignore that. There are also conclusions that are consistent across all of these cultures.
[53:02.360 --> 53:15.160] One of them is that there is another level of existence. Now, think about it, a caveman living
[53:15.160 --> 53:20.360] in a cave somewhere banging rocks together, or in the heck is he going to come up with a notion
[53:20.360 --> 53:26.280] like that? Now, we've lived with it our whole lives, so it seems natural to us, but
[53:26.280 --> 53:34.200] why would they come up with that just out of the clear blue sky? Even if one did,
[53:36.040 --> 53:45.320] every culture on earth talks about a level of existence they call a spirit level, or
[53:46.600 --> 53:51.960] they have different names for it, but what they're talking about are all since the same thing.
[53:51.960 --> 54:01.560] You can't ignore that. The physicists, they look at what they can actually physically see here in
[54:01.560 --> 54:15.080] touch, and with the advent of the string theory, string theory tends to imply exactly what these
[54:15.080 --> 54:23.320] ancient cultures have been saying all this time, that things are not the way we think they are.
[54:24.920 --> 54:32.840] And as an engineer, I look at things I can see, feel here in touch, and things I can understand,
[54:32.840 --> 54:47.320] and things that always come up the same. The hardest thing for me to do is to get past my
[54:47.320 --> 54:57.240] preconceived notions, unstated presuppositions that I act from, and have no conscious clues
[54:57.240 --> 55:07.480] that I'm acting from it, and try to find the truth, truth beyond illusion, and most truth for us
[55:07.480 --> 55:15.640] is illusion. What is really going on around us? And I have come to a very clear conclusion.
[55:15.640 --> 55:27.880] I don't have a clue. One thing I am sure of, when we find out how things really are,
[55:29.400 --> 55:36.040] they won't be anything like we thought they were. I don't know if that answers your question or not
[55:36.040 --> 55:46.200] Chris, but it's kind of where I'm at. I still have the doors open, loss of information, no definitive
[55:46.200 --> 55:55.080] answers of any kind. I think that's important. It's important to accept more than one theory.
[55:55.720 --> 56:01.080] A lot of people are very close-minded, and mainly because of the environment we are
[56:01.080 --> 56:06.040] brought up in. We're brought up in societies where we're told what to do, what to believe, what
[56:06.040 --> 56:13.880] Foxy, and especially the state-run schools. I've tried to break away from that. Unfortunately,
[56:13.880 --> 56:20.120] it's happening later in my life instead of as a younger child. So accepting more than one belief
[56:20.120 --> 56:26.600] is important, or the possibility that everything I believe is wrong, and now I've got to look into
[56:26.600 --> 56:36.200]  something else. I have a lot of peace right now because I don't have any major foundation. I don't
[56:36.200 --> 56:44.120] have every truth yet. I have some. I do find comfort in knowing that there's so much more
[56:44.120 --> 56:53.800] greater than I can comprehend. Is that odd? This is a great segue into something. I was digging
[56:53.800 --> 57:06.360] through some of my files. I'm going to have a guest on Friday the 23rd. He does a procedure to
[57:06.360 --> 57:15.320] help people deal with psychological difficulties. That brought something to mind, something I hadn't
[57:15.320 --> 57:23.800] messed with in a long time. There's a document that I wrote several years ago called the
[57:23.800 --> 57:33.720] Rimmer Ball Theory. I found it. It's like 16 pages. It is a demonstration of what I just
[57:33.720 --> 57:42.920] talked about, about the fact that I don't have a clue. Now, I've got quite a bit of information,
[57:42.920 --> 57:54.040] but as to how things really are, I don't know. So I hope everybody will indulge me. When we come
[57:54.040 --> 58:01.160] back, I'll spend the next segment and I'll read this 16-page document. Actually, I can go through
[58:01.160 --> 58:10.360] it kind of quickly, but it demonstrates how things may well not be the way we think they are.
[58:10.360 --> 58:18.600] Okay, we are going to our top of the hour break. This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens,
[58:18.600 --> 58:24.760] Eddie Craig with the radio. But one thing about this, when I come back and read this,
[58:24.760 --> 58:33.640] it is a therapeutic metaphor. It's a learning story, if you will, and I use lots of
[58:33.640 --> 58:41.480] somewhat sophisticated techniques. And once I've read it, then I'll explain to you the tools I use.
[58:42.120 --> 58:46.280] And that'll be a good demonstration of how things may not be the way we think they are.
[58:46.280 --> 58:48.840] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig with the radio.
[58:49.960 --> 58:53.880] Would you like to make more definite progress in your walk with God?
[58:53.880 --> 58:59.480] Bibles for America is offering a free study Bible and a set of free Christian books that

[01:00:03.240 --> 01:00:08.680] Once marketers wanted to know all about you, but now they want to know all about your friends.
[01:00:08.680 --> 01:00:12.440] I'm Dr. Cameron Albright and I'll be back to tell you about the tracking technique
[01:00:12.440 --> 01:00:20.120] web advertisers call social retargeting in a moment.
[01:00:42.440 --> 01:00:50.920] We know marketers can track our web surfing habits by placing cookies in our browsers,
[01:00:50.920 --> 01:00:55.400] but now marketers aren't just tracking you, they're tracking who your friends are
[01:00:55.400 --> 01:01:00.840] and what you share with them. Social retargeting works by mapping social networks without your
[01:01:00.840 --> 01:01:06.040] knowledge. Companies do it by offering link shorteners or apps that make it easy to share
[01:01:06.040 --> 01:01:10.840] an article or a link with your friends and family. But those links contain data that
[01:01:10.840 --> 01:01:16.360] transmits your identity. When your friends click the links, you both get tracked together.
[01:01:16.360 --> 01:01:21.880] Regular cookies are invasive enough, but seeing ads because some advertiser knows what your roommate
[01:01:21.880 --> 01:01:26.840] likes is stepping way over the line. I'm Dr. Cameron Albright for StartPage.com,
[01:01:26.840 --> 01:01:28.760]  the world's most private search engine.
[01:01:34.520 --> 01:01:40.200] Keep your voice down. The government now has Russian technology that matches identities to
[01:01:40.200 --> 01:01:45.320] voices so it can tell who's doing the talking. I'm Dr. Cameron Albright, back to tell you
[01:01:45.320 --> 01:01:51.400] how it works after this. Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself,
[01:01:51.400 --> 01:01:56.440] you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will
[01:01:56.440 --> 01:02:02.600] start to vanish too. So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to
[01:02:02.600 --> 01:02:08.920] yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging onto. This message is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[01:02:08.920 --> 01:02:14.920] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage.
[01:02:16.920 --> 01:02:21.320] Since 2001, when the Patriot Act opened the doors to electronic surveillance,
[01:02:21.320 --> 01:02:26.680] Big Brother has gone crazy, vacuuming up all of our data. Now it has a new tactic,
[01:02:26.680 --> 01:02:32.200] courtesy of our former communist allies, the Russians. It's called Voice Grid Nation,
[01:02:32.200 --> 01:02:37.480] and it analyzes and identifies voices, courtesy of Russia's Speech Technology Center.
[01:02:37.480 --> 01:02:41.720] When authorities intercept a call, the speaker's voice is compared to millions
[01:02:41.720 --> 01:02:46.680] of others, like a fingerprint. How long does it take for a match? Three seconds.
[01:02:46.680 --> 01:02:50.920] So watch what you say on the phone, comrades. Whether you say your name or not,
[01:02:50.920 --> 01:02:55.960] Big Brother may know who's talking. I'm Dr. Cameron Albright for StartPage.com,
[01:02:55.960 --> 01:03:08.440]  the world's most private search engine.
[01:03:25.960 --> 01:03:33.080] Okay, we are back. Randy Kelton, Debbie Stephens, Eddie Craig, New York Law Radio.
[01:03:33.960 --> 01:03:37.320] And Tony, I see you there. I'll get to you in a minute.
[01:03:39.720 --> 01:03:47.720] Chris's question was a perfect segue into this. I think you will all find it rather interesting.
[01:03:47.720 --> 01:03:55.560] Now, before I start, this is something I generally don't talk about on the air, but
[01:03:57.640 --> 01:04:05.480] I'm going to have a guest on on the 23rd, who does a psychological procedure to help people
[01:04:06.120 --> 01:04:12.600] eliminate emotional problems, anxieties, frustrations and such.
[01:04:12.600 --> 01:04:19.960] And that happens to go to my primary study. It's not law, it's psychology.
[01:04:21.640 --> 01:04:29.960] And based on my study of psychology, as an engineer, I studied a lot of different
[01:04:29.960 --> 01:04:43.800] psychologies, Freudian, PSA, Pearls, Bern, whole raft of them and back in the mid-70s. And I came
[01:04:43.800 --> 01:04:52.360] to a conclusion that they were all full of crap, that they treated the human mind if it was so
[01:04:52.360 --> 01:04:58.600] complex that no mere human being could understand it. And that just goes against an engineer's
[01:04:58.600 --> 01:05:06.440] grain. And then I came across Neurolinguistic Programming and Ericksonian Conversational
[01:05:06.440 --> 01:05:12.200] Induction. And that was the first one that treated the living mind as if it was consistent
[01:05:13.000 --> 01:05:20.360] and understandable. And I studied a lot of those techniques. And in what I'm about to read,
[01:05:20.360 --> 01:05:26.680] those techniques are in here. But before I go there, I'm supposed to go to the fundraiser.
[01:05:26.680 --> 01:05:34.360] I keep forgetting to do that. Everybody who has donated, we sent everybody out an email
[01:05:34.360 --> 01:05:43.160] asking for a mailing address. And I've only got a couple back. So if you have donated to rule of
[01:05:43.160 --> 01:05:50.520] law, send me your mailing address so I can send you some of my super soap. If you haven't donated
[01:05:50.520 --> 01:05:59.320] to rule of law, by all means, avail yourself of this great opportunity and send us a donation,
[01:05:59.320 --> 01:06:05.880] a big one, small one, just send us something. We're trying to reach $7,000 by the end of
[01:06:05.880 --> 01:06:13.720] January so we can upgrade our equipment. And we appreciate every dime. With that said,
[01:06:13.720 --> 01:06:25.720] I'm going to read to you the rubber ball theory. Now, before I start, I'll tell you that this is
[01:06:25.720 --> 01:06:32.520] designed as a subliminal induction. If I do my job right, I'll take you in, bring you out,
[01:06:32.520 --> 01:06:42.120] you never know you've been there. And in doing so, the whole purpose of this is to install an
[01:06:42.120 --> 01:06:52.520] internal mental tool. And if I do my job right, using this technique, and I tell people about
[01:06:52.520 --> 01:07:00.040] this technique, this is a very simple straightforward technique. Using this technique, I can change you.
[01:07:02.040 --> 01:07:06.280] You can know that I'm doing it. Know when I'm doing it, how I'm doing it. You can do anything
[01:07:06.280 --> 01:07:16.520] about it. As a matter of fact, using this same technique, you can change me. I can know you're
[01:07:16.520 --> 01:07:20.200] doing it, know when and how you're doing it, and I can't do anything about it. As a matter of fact,
[01:07:20.200 --> 01:07:28.760] if I know you're doing it, it works better. Okay, with that said, let's go to the rubber ball theory.
[01:07:30.600 --> 01:07:35.240] People are manipulators. From the time you get up in the morning until the time you go to bed at
[01:07:35.240 --> 01:07:42.520] night, you're being manipulated. Inference in your window and unspoken expectation are the constant
[01:07:42.520 --> 01:07:50.360] companions of your every interpersonal interaction. People constantly push one or another of your
[01:07:50.360 --> 01:07:56.440] buttons as you constantly push one or another of theirs. I've been doing it, you've been doing it,
[01:07:56.440 --> 01:08:03.320] everybody's been doing it all their lives. Anyone who communicates with the spoken language is only
[01:08:03.320 --> 01:08:09.800] too familiar with this seductive power. If you don't think you're constantly manipulated, look
[01:08:09.800 --> 01:08:15.240] around you. If you think about it, you can probably come up with any number of people from your own
[01:08:15.240 --> 01:08:22.840] experience who readily manipulate you, who seem always to touch your weak spots, squeeze out your
[01:08:22.840 --> 01:08:31.000] most base and negative responses. You may also know someone who can always beguile you, someone
[01:08:31.000 --> 01:08:38.600] you naturally respond to positively, responds positively to and do what they want without
[01:08:38.600 --> 01:08:46.120] thought or conscious consideration. If you haven't thought of both as manipulation, consider this.
[01:08:47.240 --> 01:08:54.440] When you were five years old, you knew what would make someone smile or frown, apprehensive or
[01:08:54.440 --> 01:09:01.400] complacent, anxious or these. You pretty well knew the full range of human response within
[01:09:01.400 --> 01:09:09.640] your native culture. If you imagine that someone can consistently elicit any response from you
[01:09:10.520 --> 01:09:16.680] and not know full well they're doing it, well that's naive. Of course they know.
[01:09:16.680 --> 01:09:26.040] Maybe not on a directly conscious deliberate level, but on some level they know. We're like,
[01:09:26.040 --> 01:09:35.320] we are like you and I. We're so much alike that if someone consistently elicits a negative
[01:09:35.320 --> 01:09:40.840] response from you, you can bet they're getting a similar response from most everyone else.
[01:09:40.840 --> 01:09:47.960] Consider the person who can always trigger a negative reaction. Imagine that person on
[01:09:47.960 --> 01:09:53.800] the receiving end of their own manipulations. Wouldn't they react the same way? Wouldn't
[01:09:53.800 --> 01:09:59.960] they be just as irritated or intimidated or angered as you? So the real question's not,
[01:10:00.840 --> 01:10:06.680] why is he doing it? The real question is, why are you responding so predictably?
[01:10:06.680 --> 01:10:13.880] There's a popular pastime in this country. We sit around trying to figure out why people do
[01:10:13.880 --> 01:10:20.600] the things they do. Now, that may be an interest in intellectual exercise, but it will do little
[01:10:20.600 --> 01:10:31.320] to help you understand people. Why, it may be fun, but it's the wrong, okay I'm sorry,
[01:10:31.320 --> 01:10:39.640] why may be fun, but it's the wrong question. If we are to understand ourselves and the people
[01:10:39.640 --> 01:10:48.680] we deal with, we need another question. Stop asking why and try asking what. What are people
[01:10:48.680 --> 01:10:55.160] really doing? There are things you simply cannot know and there are things you can know.
[01:10:55.160 --> 01:11:05.000] You cannot know why people do the things they do, but you can know what they do. You can know how
[01:11:05.000 --> 01:11:11.640] they affect you and the response you have to them. Another thing you can know is that people will
[01:11:11.640 --> 01:11:17.560] manipulate you. As a matter of fact, people are always manipulating you. As a matter of fact,
[01:11:17.560 --> 01:11:26.440] everything is manipulation. At this moment, with these words, I'm trying to manipulate you. I'm
[01:11:26.440 --> 01:11:32.840] trying to manipulate you into experiencing a new understanding of the nature of the living mind.
[01:11:34.040 --> 01:11:41.320] I form my words and structure my language to affect the extent of that purpose. All of us do
[01:11:41.320 --> 01:11:47.560] these things, do the things we do for effect. You want people to respond positively to you. Your
[01:11:47.560 --> 01:11:53.480] dress, your language, your personal style, and your every action and reaction you choose
[01:11:55.560 --> 01:12:03.080] as an effort toward manipulating your environment. I suggest and maintain everything you do in
[01:12:03.080 --> 01:12:10.040] public or for public displays manipulation. Manipulation is positive. People try to get you
[01:12:10.040 --> 01:12:16.760] to respond to them as you do the same. Every social interaction is about manipulation. It's not about
[01:12:16.760 --> 01:12:24.520] good or bad. It's about getting along and getting what you want and need while giving others what
[01:12:24.520 --> 01:12:32.280] they want and need. It's about the way things work. If you're being manipulated in a way that
[01:12:32.280 --> 01:12:38.920] influences you to respond rationally and thoughtfully, that's perfectly normal, moral, and socially
[01:12:38.920 --> 01:12:45.640] commendable manipulation. But if you're continually being manipulated toward an outcome that's
[01:12:45.640 --> 01:12:55.800] unsettling, destructive, or intuitively unsatisfying, it may well be that you were being had. It may
[01:12:55.800 --> 01:13:02.600] well be that you're being manipulated into fulfilling someone else's expectations.
[01:13:02.600 --> 01:13:11.320] Worse, it may well be that you're being manipulated from a level of mind outside your direct awareness.
[01:13:12.280 --> 01:13:20.200] An ironic aspect of this kind of subtle, subliminal manipulation is that out of awareness aspect of
[01:13:20.200 --> 01:13:27.400] your experience may be doing more than causing you stress and anxiety. It may be just as crazy
[01:13:27.400 --> 01:13:34.040] making for the one manipulating you. Wondering why is it useful because you cannot know what is in
[01:13:34.040 --> 01:13:40.840] the mind of another. When we try to figure out why people do the things we do, we must necessarily
[01:13:40.840 --> 01:13:47.960] assume they know. What if they don't? What if the crazy making behavior of the people around you
[01:13:49.480 --> 01:13:56.200] drives them as crazy as it does you? People can manipulate you and have no conscious idea
[01:13:56.200 --> 01:14:03.160] what they're doing. People seldom consciously calculate every word action and reaction.
[01:14:04.120 --> 01:14:11.240] Most of what we do is automatic. We do what we feel we should do and say what naturally
[01:14:11.240 --> 01:14:17.320] comes to mind. You automatically respond to other people internally without conscious calculation.
[01:14:18.280 --> 01:14:25.560] And as you act and react spontaneously, so may others be eliciting those responses
[01:14:25.560 --> 01:14:32.840] from an internal automatic aspect of their awareness. The worst kind of manipulation is
[01:14:32.840 --> 01:14:40.520] this naturally occurring, mutually subliminal kind. The out of awareness kind is as well as theirs.
[01:14:42.280 --> 01:14:49.400] Most people spend their entire lives being pushed and pulled by their experience. We move around
[01:14:49.400 --> 01:14:55.800] your day in what seems to be firm control of your every action while others keep jerking first one
[01:14:55.800 --> 01:15:03.160] of your strings and then another. The experience of living inside yourself gives you the impression
[01:15:03.160 --> 01:15:09.160] that you are in direct conscious control, but that's an illusion. That's a trick the mind
[01:15:09.160 --> 01:15:15.560] plays on itself. Like sleeping and breathing, most experience is automatic, not conscious or
[01:15:15.560 --> 01:15:22.040] deliberate. Have you ever driven a car over a familiar route while contemplating something
[01:15:22.040 --> 01:15:30.360] else and found yourself at your destination before you realized it? If you have had this
[01:15:30.360 --> 01:15:35.400] experience and the conscious aspect of your living mind is the dominant controlling aspect,
[01:15:36.680 --> 01:15:42.200] who's driving the car? It's no small feat, so if not your conscious mind, then what?
[01:15:42.200 --> 01:15:49.000] In the world we live in, things are not always the way they seem. Conscious awareness,
[01:15:49.000 --> 01:15:57.480] contrary to popular misconception, is not all it's cracked up to be. I suggest to you there's
[01:15:57.480 --> 01:16:03.480] more to the living mind than meets the conscious eye or can be consciously accounted for.
[01:16:04.360 --> 01:16:10.200] I'm not saying the conscious aspect isn't useful and powerful. It's just not all there is.
[01:16:10.200 --> 01:16:16.600] It's not the only aspect of the living mind. Not as independent as our experience gives
[01:16:16.600 --> 01:16:22.840] the impression it is. Einstein claims humans only use about 10% of their mental capacity.
[01:16:23.800 --> 01:16:32.360] I maintain that is not true. I suggest we use it all while only being directly aware
[01:16:32.360 --> 01:16:39.720] of about 10% of what is going on. And I will continue this when we come back on the other side.
[01:16:40.840 --> 01:16:45.800] I hope you find this interesting and I hope I'm not putting everybody to sleep. This is
[01:16:46.440 --> 01:16:51.320] Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig and we'll move on radio. A calling number is

[01:18:03.080 --> 01:18:12.600] Hey Tangy Tangerine, see what you've done to me. I'm losing weight and I'm not half the man I used to be.
[01:18:12.600 --> 01:18:25.160] Hey Tangy Tangerine, you make me feel so good. I don't eat so much food. Ain't I a sight compared
[01:18:25.160 --> 01:18:38.040] to what I used to be? Calcium, magnesium, selenium and zinc. Take a moment now and think. If you have
[01:18:38.040 --> 01:18:45.000] a little thing, every day will bring the life that you've been looking for.
[01:18:46.520 --> 01:18:53.000] Beyond Tangy Tangerine is available at Brave New Books, located at 1904 Quadrilogue Street.
[01:18:53.000 --> 01:18:58.680] The bookstore also carries the works of Dr. Joel Wallach, founder of Young Jeopardy and creator
[01:18:58.680 --> 01:19:10.120]  of Beyond Tangy Tangerine.
[01:19:28.680 --> 01:19:50.120] Hey Tangy Tangerine, you make me feel so good. I'm losing weight and I'm not half the man I used to be.
[01:19:50.120 --> 01:20:01.560] I'm losing weight and I'm not half the man I used to be.
[01:20:01.560 --> 01:20:11.560] I'm losing weight and I'm not half the man I used to be.
[01:20:11.560 --> 01:20:23.160]  If I stumble every once in a while, it's because it's been a long time since I've
[01:20:23.960 --> 01:20:31.000] went through this particular presentation this way. Okay, we'll go back to Einstein claims
[01:20:31.000 --> 01:20:40.120] humans only use about 10% of their mental capacity. I maintain this is not true. I suggest we use it
[01:20:40.120 --> 01:20:48.440] all while only being directly aware of about 10% of what is going on. The following presentation
[01:20:48.440 --> 01:20:54.120] in the proceeding is based on a different way of thinking about the nature of the living mind.
[01:20:55.160 --> 01:20:59.960] This different perspective provided realizations from what the following,
[01:21:01.160 --> 01:21:07.320] from which the following has evolved. Using the resulting techniques I'll demonstrate
[01:21:07.320 --> 01:21:15.320] here, you'll be able to open, I'm sorry, using the resulting techniques I will demonstrate here,
[01:21:15.320 --> 01:21:20.200] you'll be able to open the door to another aspect of your living mind, an inner aspect.
[01:21:21.480 --> 01:21:27.960] You'll be able to consciously gain conscious access to that other 90%.
[01:21:30.040 --> 01:21:33.640] Since I was trained as an engineer and don't know how to do vague generalities,
[01:21:33.640 --> 01:21:42.920] what follows is presented at very specifically. With it, you can literally begin to communicate
[01:21:42.920 --> 01:21:50.440] on a subliminal level and you can do it in a direct conscious awareness. You can do this because
[01:21:50.440 --> 01:21:58.680] humans have powers and abilities far beyond those of mere mammals. While all mammals share
[01:21:58.680 --> 01:22:03.880] many physical characteristics, humans have one capacity that makes all the difference.
[01:22:05.320 --> 01:22:12.600] We can think, but in order to survive, all mammals must also, to some degree. But unlike the others,
[01:22:13.320 --> 01:22:20.200] not only can humans think, we can think about thinking. We can consciously consider our state
[01:22:20.200 --> 01:22:27.640] of mind and directly decide how we will think about the things we think about. If you haven't,
[01:22:27.640 --> 01:22:33.000] if you haven't spent much time thinking about the way you think about the things you think about,
[01:22:33.960 --> 01:22:40.600] it's time you did. The results may surprise you. Humans, as far as I know, are the only creatures
[01:22:40.600 --> 01:22:48.200] on the face of the earth that have this capacity to pause and reflect, to consciously consider,
[01:22:48.760 --> 01:22:54.840] then act from a directed intent. While you and I can do that, for the most part, we don't.
[01:22:54.840 --> 01:23:01.400] For the most part, we use our learning, our skills, and our automatic response
[01:23:02.200 --> 01:23:08.600] system to deal with familiar experience. For the most part, we do what we feel like doing,
[01:23:08.600 --> 01:23:14.120] whatever comes to mind. After all, you don't need to pay conscious attention to walking.
[01:23:14.760 --> 01:23:20.600] Once you've learned how, all you need to do is watch for obstacles. You don't need to pay attention
[01:23:20.600 --> 01:23:28.280] to the mechanics of empathy once you know how to care. You only need to focus on the immediate
[01:23:28.280 --> 01:23:37.000] details. Your internalized skills will handle the rest. It's nice that we can respond automatically
[01:23:37.000 --> 01:23:45.560] to much of our experience. It's also nice that we can accumulate learning and skills to free
[01:23:45.560 --> 01:23:54.600] our attention from familiar detail. It is not so nice that these very same automatic responses
[01:23:54.600 --> 01:24:02.600] can be triggered inadvertently or inappropriately, and we find ourselves acting unintentionally.
[01:24:04.120 --> 01:24:09.880] It's not so nice that we sometimes react and respond from old, internal, long-forgotten
[01:24:09.880 --> 01:24:16.760] motivations and have no idea what we're doing. Consider the last time someone made you angry.
[01:24:17.800 --> 01:24:22.600] Did you sit back from a detached, rational frame of mind objectively analyze the circumstances,
[01:24:23.320 --> 01:24:29.400] then deliberately decide to act from an angry perspective? People can do that, you know.
[01:24:30.440 --> 01:24:36.600] People can act rationally. They can analyze the situation and do what they think is the most
[01:24:36.600 --> 01:24:43.160] appropriate behavior, but for the most part they don't. For the most part, people do whatever they
[01:24:43.160 --> 01:24:50.920] feel like doing and use their rational mind to do what it does best. They rationalize. You may say,
[01:24:52.040 --> 01:24:59.080] I don't do that. I know exactly what I'm doing. Well, maybe you do. But life and experience can
[01:24:59.080 --> 01:25:07.160] be deceiving. There was a time I had it all together. But then I was crazy. When I found it out,
[01:25:07.160 --> 01:25:12.680] I went to my friends and asked, guys, do you know I was crazy? Their unanimous response was, yes, we
[01:25:12.680 --> 01:25:20.360] knew. Then why didn't you tell me? We did, was their singular reply. Now, that was intriguing.
[01:25:20.360 --> 01:25:29.400] I was there. I knew the language. So what was the problem? The problem was I thought I knew what
[01:25:29.400 --> 01:25:35.320] I was doing. My friends saw the lights on and assumed I was in there. They tried to tell me
[01:25:35.320 --> 01:25:40.440] about it and the only aspect of the mind they were aware of, the conscious aspect, the problem was
[01:25:40.440 --> 01:25:47.560] I wasn't crazy there. I was crazy, but somewhere else. My conscious part had no idea what was
[01:25:47.560 --> 01:25:56.280] going on. Consciously, I was busy rationalizing away my crazy behavior. Sound familiar? Time to
[01:25:56.280 --> 01:26:02.120] be truthful with yourself. Haven't you been amazed by your own behavior and wondered, why did I do
[01:26:02.120 --> 01:26:09.880] that? They're caught yourself rationalizing your own behavior. When someone presses one of your
[01:26:09.880 --> 01:26:15.240] buttons, you don't always pause and reflect, objectively analyze, consciously consider.
[01:26:15.240 --> 01:26:24.440] Sometimes you just feel angry or intimidated or guilty or whatever. Sometimes you just act
[01:26:24.440 --> 01:26:30.600] rationally, but sometimes you act rationally, but I'm sorry, sometimes you don't act rationally,
[01:26:30.600 --> 01:26:39.640] but rather react with triggered automatic responses from somewhere else, from your insides. Subliminal
[01:26:39.640 --> 01:26:46.600] provocations and subliminal and subtle manipulations have up until now been out of your conscious
[01:26:46.600 --> 01:26:51.480] awareness because you have been taught to define you because of the way you've been taught to
[01:26:51.480 --> 01:26:57.400] define your experience. In this culture, you have been taught to treat your feelings and
[01:26:57.400 --> 01:27:06.920] emotions as if they were nouns, as if they were things that happened to you. It is precisely
[01:27:06.920 --> 01:27:15.000] because of this defining experience, I'm sorry, it's precisely because of this way of defining
[01:27:15.000 --> 01:27:20.520] experience that we have been blinded to a critical aspect of our living minds.
[01:27:21.800 --> 01:27:27.880] Let's change a couple of definitions and turn some lights on. Contrary to popular misconceptions,
[01:27:27.880 --> 01:27:32.200] feelings are not things that happen to you. They are not experiences you have.
[01:27:32.200 --> 01:27:39.800] Feelings are communications, mental signals, which when paid attention to open a whole new
[01:27:39.800 --> 01:27:45.720] level of awareness and understanding. Consider how you're manipulated. Someone says it does
[01:27:45.720 --> 01:27:52.920] something you feel guilty, intimidated, angry, or any other of a multitude of emotions. You respond
[01:27:52.920 --> 01:28:00.360] to those feelings with remorse, guilt, fear, or any multitude of other forms of stress, anxiety,
[01:28:00.360 --> 01:28:08.360] producing responses. You do not necessarily do what you want to do. You do not necessarily do
[01:28:08.360 --> 01:28:15.160] what you think you should do. You do what you feel like doing. The key to understanding the
[01:28:15.160 --> 01:28:21.880] subliminal aspect of a living mind lies in paying conscious attention to what you feel like doing.
[01:28:23.160 --> 01:28:29.080] Consider hubby. He's had a hard day as an office. Boss spent on his case all day. He had drive
[01:28:29.080 --> 01:28:35.080] home and heavy traffic. He's tired and grouchy. Mama on the other hand has had a great day.
[01:28:35.080 --> 01:28:41.000] She fixed this incredible meal, meets hubby at the door with a hug and a kiss. Instead of treating
[01:28:41.000 --> 01:28:46.280] her like the queen she is, he just grunts and heads with a fable. Slops some potatoes on his
[01:28:46.280 --> 01:28:55.080] plate and grumbles past them. Damn gravy. Well, I reckon what mama feels like doing with the gravy
[01:28:55.080 --> 01:29:02.040] in this culture, in this circumstance, we all know what mama's going to feel like doing with the
[01:29:02.040 --> 01:29:09.080] gravy. We may not know exactly what she's going to do as a result of what she feels, but we can
[01:29:09.080 --> 01:29:17.080] pretty well guess what type of emotion will be triggered by hubby's provocation. Mama will react
[01:29:17.080 --> 01:29:26.280] in a predictable way because people are predictable. Cultural styles are consistent over a lifetime.
[01:29:27.320 --> 01:29:36.120] People build up an internal library of actions and reactions. We learn to listen to the music
[01:29:37.400 --> 01:29:40.840] and the music is playing. This is your Indy Kelton, Deb Stephen,
[01:29:40.840 --> 01:29:47.080] David Craig, Rulee Glow Radio. This is taking a little longer than I expected.
[01:29:48.520 --> 01:29:54.280] I'm at four of nine. I will try to move it along when we come back, but we'll be right back on the
[01:29:54.280 --> 01:30:04.920] other side. A Noble Lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the
[01:30:04.920 --> 01:30:09.480] true nature of terrorism. Based on the damage padding to the building, but the government
[01:30:09.480 --> 01:30:15.160] seems impossible. The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say. The decision was made
[01:30:15.160 --> 01:30:21.240] not to pursue any more of those individuals. Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded,
[01:30:21.240 --> 01:30:26.360] tossed around. The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing.
[01:30:26.360 --> 01:30:33.720] Expose the cover up now at anoblelie.com. The Rulee Glow Radio Network is proud to present a

[01:32:21.800 --> 01:32:28.440] Okay, we are back to Randy Kelton. Every student is Andy Craig. We have our radio and I'm reading
[01:32:28.440 --> 01:32:36.840] the Rubber Ball Theory. Okay, we're talking about Papasus Pastoderm Gravy. We pretty well know how
[01:32:38.200 --> 01:32:44.200] mama's gonna feel like reacting to that. We'd like to think we decide what we will do,
[01:32:44.920 --> 01:32:51.320] but it may not be exactly that way. It may seem that mama surveys the situation and then decided
[01:32:51.320 --> 01:32:58.440] from all possibilities what she will do, but it simply doesn't happen that way. Mama doesn't think
[01:32:58.440 --> 01:33:04.760] about it. She doesn't objectively analyze the situation or any of that stuff. She just does
[01:33:04.760 --> 01:33:11.800] something. It's as if we have this other aspect of mind, one that isn't particularly interested in
[01:33:11.800 --> 01:33:18.600] details. For one of a better term, I call it our inner librarian. That aspect isn't interested in
[01:33:18.600 --> 01:33:27.560] the details. It deals with overall context. It's responsible not for any specific action,
[01:33:28.840 --> 01:33:35.320] but for the context from which the conscious aspect gets to select specific behaviors.
[01:33:36.120 --> 01:33:40.120] The conscious part of our minds, the aspect that lets us know ourselves,
[01:33:40.840 --> 01:33:46.760] is attuned to the details. It doesn't have time to evaluate cultural considerations.
[01:33:46.760 --> 01:33:51.480] Our inner librarian is the aspect that looks around the overall situation and says,
[01:33:51.480 --> 01:33:57.480] in this type of circumstance, you normally respond from this mental perspective. Then it opens this
[01:33:57.480 --> 01:34:02.520] mental file door and in it are all the responses you have stored for this state of mind.
[01:34:04.120 --> 01:34:09.480] Mama in this case will most likely have her angry, emotionally discounted door open by
[01:34:09.480 --> 01:34:17.160] Papa's provocation. If she had parents who were understanding and empathetic when they were
[01:34:17.160 --> 01:34:26.200] angry, she may have empathy in her angry drawer. If not, she can only choose response from whatever
[01:34:26.200 --> 01:34:34.360] is in the mental context currently available to her conscious mind to the degree that she is not
[01:34:34.360 --> 01:34:41.880] consciously aware of the limitations of the context just triggered. She has no idea what she's doing.
[01:34:43.240 --> 01:34:50.040] So what's in your angry drawer? When you're angry, irritated, frustrated, stressed, or immersed in
[01:34:50.040 --> 01:34:57.240] any of the myriad of emotional reactions available to the material individual, what responses do you
[01:34:57.240 --> 01:35:05.000] have available? What can you do and what can't you do? Think about it. If you haven't, this might be
[01:35:05.000 --> 01:35:10.600] a good time to start. Are you automatically rational and reasonable with something else?
[01:35:11.320 --> 01:35:17.160] When hubby asks for the damn gravy, Mama doesn't go into a protracted psychologically sophisticated
[01:35:17.160 --> 01:35:22.840] analysis of the circumstance to determine how to act. She simply feels like doing something.
[01:35:22.840 --> 01:35:28.760] Her inner mind selects a context and she chooses a response. The interaction of these aspects of
[01:35:28.760 --> 01:35:35.080] the living mind is so natural and normal that it can go by without any conscious attention to the
[01:35:35.080 --> 01:35:43.080] process. It's important to realize that hubby, although he provoked Mama to react internally
[01:35:43.640 --> 01:35:50.440] and automatically, may not know what he's doing either. He may not realize on a conscious level
[01:35:50.440 --> 01:35:57.400] that he set her up any more than Mama realizes that she is being manipulated. He may simply
[01:35:57.400 --> 01:36:04.680] be responding to a context associated with work and stress, perhaps learn from watching his father
[01:36:04.680 --> 01:36:11.880] interact with his mother and any number of other sources of life experience. This kind of constant
[01:36:11.880 --> 01:36:17.800] subliminal mutual manipulation goes on all the time and we still think we know what we're doing.
[01:36:17.800 --> 01:36:24.520] If you stop and consider the people you regularly interact with, you can begin to appreciate that
[01:36:24.520 --> 01:36:31.240] we are all to a greater illicit degree caught up in old automatic patterns and they're driving
[01:36:31.880 --> 01:36:38.440] they're driving us, them and everyone crazy. You probably know someone like hubby who consistently
[01:36:38.440 --> 01:36:44.840] does things that elicit negative outcomes. You may even experience a certain circumstance to which
[01:36:44.840 --> 01:36:50.920] you respond badly and have no idea why. When you act in ways that are consistently
[01:36:50.920 --> 01:36:57.640] unfulfilling without really knowing exactly why, it is entirely possible that you are out of your
[01:36:57.640 --> 01:37:05.160] conscious mind trapped in your own experience. This can be a problem and a real odd snot nice to
[01:37:05.160 --> 01:37:11.080] bring up problems without having a solution. Well, I have for it. You can free yourself and others
[01:37:11.080 --> 01:37:18.680] from this trap. If you find the prospect of being constantly manipulated by the experience
[01:37:18.680 --> 01:37:25.000] of your life, unsettling and would feel better being in control of your actions, then pay attention
[01:37:25.720 --> 01:37:33.960] not to what you think, but to what you feel. Pay attention to the way you feel about the feelings
[01:37:33.960 --> 01:37:40.200] you're feeling. The power to take control of the rest of your life lies in what you feel
[01:37:40.200 --> 01:37:48.120] feelings are not things that happen to you. They are mental tools that you can use to take control
[01:37:48.120 --> 01:37:54.040] of your life. They are the mental warning markers that can tell you when you're being
[01:37:54.040 --> 01:38:01.480] manipulated by others. When hubby asks for the damn gravy, he knows what to expect. I doubt he's
[01:38:01.480 --> 01:38:08.440] consciously thinking, I'll just hurt her feelings and get a fight started. But on some level,
[01:38:08.440 --> 01:38:16.440] he knows if mama's not consciously aware of the triggered context, she may not realize she's being
[01:38:16.440 --> 01:38:24.280] at that deliberately or not hubby is manipulating her. You may say, I can imagine hubby trying to get,
[01:38:24.280 --> 01:38:30.440] I can't imagine hubby trying to get mama to bounce the gravy vote off his head to consider this.
[01:38:31.560 --> 01:38:37.160] Hubby knows the culture as well as anybody. He knows the full range of human response within
[01:38:37.160 --> 01:38:44.280] his native culture. He knows mama will feel like throwing the gravy boat at him. Not to think so
[01:38:44.280 --> 01:38:52.040] is naive. Well, of course, he knows if confronted directly, he would probably,
[01:38:52.040 --> 01:38:59.640] with conscious honesty, deny any intended provocation. But he knows this kind of subtle
[01:38:59.640 --> 01:39:04.840] manipulation can make you crazy until you understand people will manipulate you.
[01:39:04.840 --> 01:39:09.800] Whether they do it consciously or not isn't important. What's important, they will manipulate you.
[01:39:09.800 --> 01:39:15.800] It's up to you whether you participate in their manipulations by fulfilling their expectations
[01:39:15.800 --> 01:39:24.440] or elect to do something else. Toward control of your inner mind, the first step is to redefine
[01:39:24.440 --> 01:39:33.000] emotions. When you have a reactive response when something happens and you don't pause and reflect
[01:39:33.000 --> 01:39:39.720] objectively analyze and decide what to do, when your response just comes out, consider how you
[01:39:39.720 --> 01:39:46.840] do that. How do you go from a state of normal waking awareness to one of anger, frustration,
[01:39:46.840 --> 01:39:53.800] guilt, fear, or any emotional state? If you begin to focus on the nature of your responses,
[01:39:53.800 --> 01:40:00.200] you'll begin to realize that they come from different places. Pause and reflect literally
[01:40:00.200 --> 01:40:09.240] and physically as experiences coming from your head, your mind. Internal, reactionary responses
[01:40:10.120 --> 01:40:17.320] literally emanate from somewhere else. They come from your mystical center. They aren't called
[01:40:18.440 --> 01:40:25.080] gut reactions for nothing. When you feel one, rather than consider them, rather than consider
[01:40:25.080 --> 01:40:31.240] them to simply be automatic responses, but just the way you are, you might consider them to be
[01:40:31.240 --> 01:40:38.120] communications. It's as if your inner mind is trying to warn you. It's trying to let you know
[01:40:38.120 --> 01:40:44.760] that someone or some circumstance is trying to alter your state of mind. If your inner librarian
[01:40:44.760 --> 01:40:49.560] was comfortable with the context it just selected, it would not waste your conscious attention.
[01:40:49.560 --> 01:40:55.640] It doesn't always let you know when it makes changes. Sometimes you can act from a context
[01:40:55.640 --> 01:41:01.320] without any direct awareness of its presence and things work out very well. We've all had the
[01:41:01.320 --> 01:41:06.920] experience of handling a situation with style and elegance that surprised us. You may have
[01:41:06.920 --> 01:41:11.800] looked back on the situation and wondered how you did that, how you handled yourself so well.
[01:41:11.800 --> 01:41:20.600] If, on the other hand, the inner awareness is not absolutely certain and selected context
[01:41:22.120 --> 01:41:28.760] and the selected context is, I'm sorry, if, on the other hand, the inner awareness is not
[01:41:28.760 --> 01:41:36.440] absolutely certain, the selected context is the best for the circumstance, it would be prudent
[01:41:36.440 --> 01:41:43.480] to alert your consciousness so you can compare the new context to relevant details of the
[01:41:43.480 --> 01:41:51.960] present situation. When you feel a response rather than think it, pay attention. It may be
[01:41:51.960 --> 01:41:58.200] giving you a clue to some subtle subliminal manipulator. It's letting you know that it has
[01:41:58.200 --> 01:42:04.280] changed from one state of mind to another and it's asking you to consciously check to ensure the
[01:42:04.280 --> 01:42:11.960] appropriateness of the change. If you fail to take conscious control and continue to respond
[01:42:11.960 --> 01:42:18.520] automatically when someone, someone or circumstance touches one of your automatic response buttons,
[01:42:19.320 --> 01:42:25.560] if you continue to do whatever you feel like doing, you're like a little spider hanging on a piece of
[01:42:25.560 --> 01:42:34.280] web. Hubby tugs, mama bounces, someone nudges and you dance. When you begin to catch your automatic
[01:42:34.280 --> 01:42:39.960] responses through the feelings you have been feeling and refrain from acting mindlessly,
[01:42:40.760 --> 01:42:47.000] you will begin to become the architect of your own living mind. You will begin to communicate on
[01:42:47.000 --> 01:42:54.280] a level of awareness that is out of the minds of the uninformed. Real control and personal power
[01:42:54.280 --> 01:43:00.360] lies in the ability to take control of these triggered responses and the best way to accomplish
[01:43:00.360 --> 01:43:09.160] this is with the rubber ball theory. Life and experience is predictable. For instance, I could
[01:43:09.160 --> 01:43:14.600] give you three rubber balls. One heart is golf ball, one spongy, the other medium. You could feel
[01:43:14.600 --> 01:43:21.000] their weight, feel their density and predict based on your experience in the environment
[01:43:21.000 --> 01:43:25.960] but just how hard to throw each one up against the wall so it would come back to where you could
[01:43:25.960 --> 01:43:31.160] catch it. Granted, you couldn't predict exactly, it may come back a little higher or low,
[01:43:31.160 --> 01:43:36.520] off to one side or the other, but in a given range, you could get it to come back to where
[01:43:36.520 --> 01:43:42.680] you could feel its return and I'm afraid I am actually going to run out of time here.
[01:43:42.680 --> 01:43:50.680] Tony, I apologize for taking so long. I didn't intend this to take quite as long.
[01:43:51.320 --> 01:43:55.640] This is Randy Calton, David Stevens and Craig with our radio. We'll be right back.
[01:44:00.360 --> 01:44:06.120] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM but finding things on the internet isn't so easy
[01:44:06.120 --> 01:44:09.160] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[01:44:09.160 --> 01:44:12.040] Oh well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[01:44:12.040 --> 01:44:13.400]  Brave New Books?
[01:44:13.400 --> 01:44:17.640] Yes, Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like
[01:44:17.640 --> 01:44:21.720] Alex Jones, Ron Paul and G. Edward Griffin. They even stock inner food,
[01:44:21.720 --> 01:44:26.680] Berkey products and Calvin Soap. There's no way a place like that exists.
[01:44:26.680 --> 01:44:31.960] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT.
[01:44:32.520 --> 01:44:35.880] By UT, there's never anywhere to park down there.
[01:44:35.880 --> 01:44:40.920] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK
[01:44:40.920 --> 01:44:43.080] parking facility just behind the bookstore.
[01:44:44.120 --> 01:44:47.080] It does exist, but when are they open?
[01:44:47.080 --> 01:44:51.800]  Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
[01:44:51.800 --> 01:44:58.680] So give them a call at 512-480-2503 or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com.

[01:45:56.520 --> 01:46:04.360]  Or call toll-free 866-LAW-E-Z.
[01:46:26.840 --> 01:46:32.120] Okay, we are back. Randy Calton, Darba Stevens,
[01:46:32.680 --> 01:46:37.960] Eddie Craig, Rule of Law Radio. I'm going to go through this really quickly.
[01:46:37.960 --> 01:46:40.520]  I apologize. I didn't expect to take quite this long.
[01:46:41.080 --> 01:46:44.600]  It's been a long time. It's been 10 years since I've read this thing.
[01:46:45.480 --> 01:46:51.800] It's been longer than that since I wrote it. Okay, life and experience is predictable.
[01:46:51.800 --> 01:46:57.880] For instance, I could give you three rubber balls, one hard as a golf ball, one spongy,
[01:46:57.880 --> 01:47:03.400] the other medium. You could pretty well predict how hard to throw each one up against the wall,
[01:47:03.400 --> 01:47:08.520] so I'd come back where you could catch it. When Hubby asked for the damn gravy,
[01:47:08.520 --> 01:47:15.160] it's as if he has thrown his mental ball up against Mama's wall. He knows what to expect.
[01:47:15.160 --> 01:47:21.160] He knows she will feel like throwing the gravy bone at him or something similar.
[01:47:21.160 --> 01:47:25.640] This is not something Mommy objectively decides. She doesn't even think about it.
[01:47:25.640 --> 01:47:30.920] It just comes out. It rises up from her inside and catches in her craw.
[01:47:30.920 --> 01:47:39.080] The point here is, Hubby knows that if Mama does what she feels like doing, he's ready.
[01:47:39.080 --> 01:47:46.360] After all, we all know what Mama is likely to feel like doing, don't we? If Mama reacts
[01:47:46.360 --> 01:47:51.560] antagonistically, if she throws the gravy bone or asks him what the hell is his problem,
[01:47:52.280 --> 01:48:01.000] well, Hubby do. Well, he'll get to unload all his anger, frustration and misery right on her.
[01:48:03.240 --> 01:48:08.040] I hope about this time some lights are beginning to come on. I hope you're beginning to realize
[01:48:08.040 --> 01:48:13.560] you don't have to do something just because you feel like it or simply because someone expects you
[01:48:13.560 --> 01:48:22.280] to. When someone tries to manipulate you as a specific response, you have the perfect right
[01:48:22.280 --> 01:48:29.560] to do whatever you feel like doing or something else. When someone touches you, could they reach
[01:48:29.560 --> 01:48:35.960] inside and tweak one of your buttons when you feel your response rather than think it?
[01:48:35.960 --> 01:48:46.120] If you are to take control of your life, whatever you do, don't do what you feel like doing.
[01:48:47.000 --> 01:48:53.880] If you do your being head in the real world, you may find this easier to think about than to do.
[01:48:53.880 --> 01:48:59.080] After all, you've been reacting all your life. Patterns get deeply rooted and it takes
[01:48:59.080 --> 01:49:05.240] some time to dig them out, but you can do this. In the days and weeks ahead,
[01:49:05.960 --> 01:49:11.560] as you begin to notice more and more the provocations others are directing at you,
[01:49:11.560 --> 01:49:19.480] you'll begin to realize that you've been had. You may even get irritated with yourself at times
[01:49:19.480 --> 01:49:26.280] for continuing to respond in the same old ways, but be patient. Each time your attention is drawn
[01:49:26.280 --> 01:49:31.560] to the fact that you've been manipulated, you get a little closer. Each cycle,
[01:49:32.840 --> 01:49:37.800] you will become more familiar with the patterns until one day you see it coming.
[01:49:39.080 --> 01:49:46.760] The day you catch that first subliminal provocation is the day your whole life changes.
[01:49:47.400 --> 01:49:53.560] The first time you feel it coming, the minute you catch it is when you will know the power of
[01:49:53.560 --> 01:50:02.280] this new awareness. Okay, now that you caught it, what do you do with it? Well, the first thing to
[01:50:02.280 --> 01:50:10.360] do is feel it. Experience the internal influence. Let yourself recognize what you feel like doing,
[01:50:11.160 --> 01:50:17.000] then whatever you do, don't do it. Mama probably feels like it will serve the bum right if she
[01:50:17.000 --> 01:50:22.840] bounces the gravy boat off his head. She may even feel like she would teach him a lesson with us.
[01:50:22.840 --> 01:50:32.200] That's naive. It is naive because heavy notes. When someone throws, when someone throws a ball
[01:50:32.200 --> 01:50:36.520] that begins to your mental wall and you feel like taking a swing at it, hold on.
[01:50:40.040 --> 01:50:45.400] If you do what you feel like doing, you're falling right into their influence. You're
[01:50:45.400 --> 01:50:53.000] feeding their expectation. So what do you do? What does mama do? Well, she certainly doesn't throw the
[01:50:53.000 --> 01:50:58.360] gravy boat at hobby. In our little illustration here, she catches herself and decides that there
[01:50:58.360 --> 01:51:04.200] aren't gravy boats bad strategy that looks for something else. Whenever you catch yourself
[01:51:04.200 --> 01:51:09.400] and withhold the reaction, you can be sure that something else will almost immediately come to
[01:51:09.400 --> 01:51:16.760] mind. He realized the real power of this technique. When you catch one of your automatic responses
[01:51:17.400 --> 01:51:23.000] and refrain from doing what you feel like doing and something else comes to mind,
[01:51:24.120 --> 01:51:31.720] but don't do that either. Hubby's Sony's ball against mama's wall. Now she can bat it back
[01:51:31.720 --> 01:51:37.160] a little higher or a little low off to one side or the other, or she can do something entirely
[01:51:37.160 --> 01:51:44.040] different. As a rule, to any given situation, we have a standard way of responding and we also
[01:51:44.040 --> 01:51:53.160] have an alternative. The alternative is usually as predictable as the first reaction. If mama catches
[01:51:53.160 --> 01:51:58.520] her antagonistic response, realizing that Hubby will simply unload her, what's she's able to do
[01:51:58.520 --> 01:52:04.680] instead? In the North American culture, she is most likely to respond patronizingly.
[01:52:04.680 --> 01:52:12.120] Oh dear, if you had a hard day, then what happens if she does that? Then you just unload on her.
[01:52:13.400 --> 01:52:19.640] People tend to be very predictable this way. They either respond one way or another,
[01:52:19.640 --> 01:52:25.560] and for the most part, we know what both are. You may not be able to guess exactly,
[01:52:25.560 --> 01:52:31.560] but most people can get pretty close. Rather you do the first thing or the second,
[01:52:31.560 --> 01:52:40.680] Hubby would be ready, so do something else. When you refrain from action on your second inclination,
[01:52:41.800 --> 01:52:48.440] the third will almost as quickly come to mind as the second did. In order to make the most
[01:52:48.440 --> 01:52:56.760] effective use of this procedure, you must trust yourself. You need only tell your inner self how
[01:52:56.760 --> 01:53:03.000] you want to respond. Frame a context for your inner mind, then let your inner mind
[01:53:04.440 --> 01:53:09.560] that is far more elegant and subtle than the conscious aspect, pick a natural response
[01:53:10.200 --> 01:53:15.480] from the directed context. When someone throws their ball up against your psyche,
[01:53:16.360 --> 01:53:22.680] you may be inclined to bat it back higher or low off to one side or another. You can do that,
[01:53:22.680 --> 01:53:31.960] but for the most part, I'm sorry, you can do that, but it is far more powerful to just let
[01:53:31.960 --> 01:53:40.120] it splash and slide to the floor. It is more elegant to do something they are not mentally
[01:53:40.120 --> 01:53:48.200] ready for. Make their expectation come false. The way I do this is with a little invisible hook.
[01:53:48.200 --> 01:53:54.520] You see, I have this little invisible hook. It's not a very big one because if I caught
[01:53:54.520 --> 01:54:00.760] someone running around in a mental circle and tripped them with a big invisible hook,
[01:54:00.760 --> 01:54:04.680] knocked them flat on the face, they may not know what I did, but they're going to know I pulled
[01:54:04.680 --> 01:54:13.000] something. When you catch someone reacting to one of these negatively reoccurring internal
[01:54:13.000 --> 01:54:23.080] influences, they are essentially out of their conscious mind. So what you do is instead of
[01:54:23.080 --> 01:54:27.880] doing what you feel like doing or doing the next thing, you pull out your little invisible hook
[01:54:29.000 --> 01:54:38.920] and the rule is, give them a response that fits the situation that's culturally appropriate,
[01:54:38.920 --> 01:54:46.680] just not something they would expect in psychology that will cause what's called pattern
[01:54:46.680 --> 01:54:53.240] interruption. In this case, mama uses a little hook when instead of doing what she feels like
[01:54:53.240 --> 01:54:57.960] doing or the next thing, she pretends that he asked her real nice, will you please pass some of that
[01:54:57.960 --> 01:55:04.360] delicious smelling gravy? Instead of her first two inclinations, she responds to her pretence
[01:55:04.360 --> 01:55:10.600] instead by saying, sure, honey, in a natural and pleasant voice as she passes him the gravy.
[01:55:12.440 --> 01:55:19.080] Now, probably know something's wrong with that. He just doesn't know exactly what it is.
[01:55:20.040 --> 01:55:26.360] He doesn't have a clue as to what went wrong with his expectation because her response was
[01:55:26.360 --> 01:55:34.520] elegant and natural. So he made his balls splash and slide to the floor. As you begin to feel the
[01:55:34.520 --> 01:55:40.600] responses others are provoking and find yourself getting caught, be patient. There's a natural
[01:55:41.320 --> 01:55:47.240] and normal process that occurs. You might call it a period of sensitivity training. It may take a
[01:55:47.240 --> 01:55:53.000] while before you become sensitive enough to your internal responses so that you can begin to catch
[01:55:53.000 --> 01:56:00.200] them, but you will begin to catch them. Be patient with yourself and you will have, as you have been
[01:56:00.200 --> 01:56:05.240] responding in these old provocations all your lives and the minimal momentum of the years can
[01:56:05.240 --> 01:56:13.560] take a while to overcome. Each time you realize that you have had, you've been had by some provocation,
[01:56:13.560 --> 01:56:19.160] you'll get closer, you'll pick up on it quicker until one day you'll catch yourself before you
[01:56:19.160 --> 01:56:26.440] respond to it and feel the urge to act, to act and then mentally reach out and grab it.
[01:56:28.280 --> 01:56:35.560] By that time that occurs, you should be ready to assume your, be ready as each time you miss one,
[01:56:35.560 --> 01:56:41.720] you'll be framing new responses. When you finally develop enough sensitivity to overcome the past,
[01:56:41.720 --> 01:56:49.000] you will be ready to present an elegant intervention. The only rule is, be subtle
[01:56:49.000 --> 01:56:55.240] and unexpected. Doesn't matter if the response comes to mind, seems weird. Trust your inner self
[01:56:55.240 --> 01:57:01.560] and it will guide you powerfully and elegantly. There is more to this, but I am running out of time.
[01:57:01.560 --> 01:57:14.520] This is basically the procedure. You will be amazed at the changes people will make.
[01:57:16.680 --> 01:57:22.200] If you can elegantly interrupt a pattern that somebody's been running all their lives,
[01:57:23.240 --> 01:57:28.440] running totally out of awareness, that's been creating them incredible grief
[01:57:28.440 --> 01:57:38.680] and elegantly interrupt it. Be prepared because when you make their expectation come false.
[01:57:38.680 --> 01:57:43.720] Say if they throw their ball up against your middle wall instead of bouncing back to them,
[01:57:44.600 --> 01:57:48.920] it splashes and slides to the floor. They're going to go over and pick it up,
[01:57:49.880 --> 01:57:56.840] feel its weight, feel its density and they're going to throw it harder. I have never had to
[01:57:56.840 --> 01:58:04.600] interrupt anyone more than twice and people change behaviors they have used all their lives.
[01:58:06.120 --> 01:58:13.000] So completely, they forget all about them. I am sorry Tony, I made you wait all this time.
[01:58:13.000 --> 01:58:17.000] If you will call back in Thursday, I will take you first. I do apologize,
[01:58:18.040 --> 01:58:23.640] but I hope this was worth it. Of all the things I have to offer in life,
[01:58:23.640 --> 01:58:30.520] I think this is the single most valuable piece. Thank you all for listening.
[01:58:31.080 --> 01:58:35.000] This is Randy Kelton, Debbie Stevens, Eddie Craig, Will of Law Radio,
[01:58:35.880 --> 01:58:40.840] Eddie and Deborah will be back Monday and I'll be back with the whole gang Thursday.
[01:58:41.400 --> 01:58:43.720] Thank you for listening and good night.
