[00:00.000 --> 00:07.640] To search online, you type a query into a search box, but Google has a new way to answer
[00:07.640 --> 00:10.040] your questions before you even ask them.
[00:10.040 --> 00:15.640] Like Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you how Google stops on privacy to do this.
[00:15.640 --> 00:16.640]  Next.
[00:16.640 --> 00:18.560]  Privacy is under attack.
[00:18.560 --> 00:22.160] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:22.160 --> 00:27.160] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:27.160 --> 00:28.680]  So protect your rights.
[00:28.680 --> 00:32.120] Stay known to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[00:32.120 --> 00:33.120]  Privacy.
[00:33.120 --> 00:34.920]  It's worth hanging on to.
[00:34.920 --> 00:40.520] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[00:40.520 --> 00:42.240]  Yahoo and Bing.
[00:42.240 --> 00:46.160]  Start over with StartPage.
[00:46.160 --> 00:49.560] Online searching is always involved a blank search box and a question.
[00:49.560 --> 00:54.040] But now Google wants to give search results to Android users before they've even thought
[00:54.040 --> 00:55.040]  of the questions.
[00:55.040 --> 01:00.800] With Google Now, your search engine watches you and knows you inside and out, anticipating
[01:00.800 --> 01:02.520]  your every desire.
[01:02.520 --> 01:06.400] It knows if you haven't eaten in a few hours and will suggest a restaurant.
[01:06.400 --> 01:10.680] If you're stuck in traffic, Google will offer an alternative route.
[01:10.680 --> 01:11.680]  Miss the ball game?
[01:11.680 --> 01:13.400] Google will send you the score.
[01:13.400 --> 01:15.720] No effort on your part required.
[01:15.720 --> 01:20.160] Obviously for this system to work, Google needs to know an awful lot about you.
[01:20.160 --> 01:22.920] Some might call Google Now the future.
[01:22.920 --> 01:24.160]  I just call it creepy.
[01:24.160 --> 01:32.160] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:32.160 --> 01:39.400] A carload of teenagers pulls up alongside you and tosses a milkshake, it's flat.
[01:39.400 --> 01:40.400]  What to do?
[01:40.400 --> 01:45.560] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you how one woman lost her cool in $2,000 by
[01:45.560 --> 01:48.240]  seeking revenge, next.
[01:48.240 --> 01:49.960]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:49.960 --> 01:53.560] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:53.560 --> 01:58.560] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:58.560 --> 02:03.640] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[02:03.640 --> 02:06.320]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[02:06.320 --> 02:11.960] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google,
[02:11.960 --> 02:13.640]  Yahoo and Bing.
[02:13.640 --> 02:17.160]  Start over with StartPage.
[02:17.160 --> 02:22.120] In Palo Alto, a woman was out for a walk when a Range Rover full of teenagers roared by.
[02:22.120 --> 02:26.840] As they passed, one of the teens tossed a milkshake, which I'm sorry to say, hit its
[02:26.840 --> 02:27.840]  intended target.
[02:27.840 --> 02:29.480] How did the woman react?
[02:29.480 --> 02:30.720]  Well, not well.
[02:30.720 --> 02:35.000] She lost her head and hurt her purse at the car, which was a bad idea.
[02:35.000 --> 02:41.240] For one, it was an expensive alligator skin purse and two, it had $2,000 inside.
[02:41.240 --> 02:46.080] The purse sailed through the car's open window and the teens drove off, minus one milkshake
[02:46.080 --> 02:47.800]  and two grand richer.
[02:47.800 --> 02:48.800] The moral of the story?
[02:48.800 --> 02:52.520] When milkshakes fly your way, it's always best to keep your cool.
[02:52.520 --> 03:22.360] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[03:22.360 --> 03:29.360]  Okay, we are back.
[03:29.360 --> 03:43.760] We are back, Randy Kelton, Deborah Stephen, Debbie Craig, Roodlebar Radio, and we're
[03:43.760 --> 03:50.760]  talking to Gerald D. M. Texas.
[03:50.760 --> 04:05.040] I'm not trying to be difficult, but in order to effectively adjudicate, the hardest thing
[04:05.040 --> 04:14.080] for us to get past are our presuppositions.
[04:14.080 --> 04:25.280] So you presuppose that there is some validity to an accusation of parking on an unauthorized
[04:25.280 --> 04:26.280]  surface.
[04:26.280 --> 04:34.200] Now, I've done a lot of research in law and I hear that and I think, according when considering
[04:34.200 --> 04:43.880] the rules of statutory construction, that is absolutely ludicrous.
[04:43.880 --> 04:57.400] There cannot be a valid law that says it's illegal to park on an unauthorized surface.
[04:57.400 --> 05:08.960] In the town that this occurred, have you seen anything, anywhere that says this is an authorized
[05:08.960 --> 05:11.960]  surface for parking?
[05:11.960 --> 05:19.840]  No, I haven't, and what I'm going into Monday is a, another, wait a minute, I'm having trouble
[05:19.840 --> 05:23.200] hearing you, you need to get closer to the mic.
[05:23.200 --> 05:30.760] What I'm going into is the remit for trial de novo.
[05:30.760 --> 05:39.240] You're not going into trial de novo if the judge has a bar card, then this is almost
[05:39.240 --> 05:44.480]  certainly a court of record.
[05:44.480 --> 05:50.200] The one out, the municipal court was not a court of record.
[05:50.200 --> 05:57.560] Okay, let me, okay, then you, then you're going to arraignment in the county court.
[05:57.560 --> 05:58.560]  Yeah.
[05:58.560 --> 06:00.560]  Okay.
[06:00.560 --> 06:08.600] Now you want to be advised of the nature and cause of the charge against you.
[06:08.600 --> 06:20.760] And when they say parking on an unauthorized surface, a jet, they'll say that, and then
[06:20.760 --> 06:24.480] they'll say, do you understand the charges against you?
[06:24.480 --> 06:29.760]  You say, no, I do not.
[06:29.760 --> 06:38.560] And you tell the judge, I have been all over this municipality, and I have never seen anything
[06:38.560 --> 06:44.400]  that says authorized surface.
[06:44.400 --> 06:50.680]  I don't know what an authorized surface is.
[06:50.680 --> 06:53.720]  Would that be concrete?
[06:53.720 --> 06:57.160]  Would that be pavement?
[06:57.160 --> 07:00.040]  Would that be gravel?
[07:00.040 --> 07:04.240] Would that be manure covered ground?
[07:04.240 --> 07:06.320] Would that be dead grass?
[07:06.320 --> 07:08.800] Would that be live grass?
[07:08.800 --> 07:13.440] Would that be my front porch?
[07:13.440 --> 07:22.320] I have no idea what a unauthorized surface is, and there is nothing in the accusation
[07:22.320 --> 07:26.880]  indicating what a unauthorized surface is.
[07:26.880 --> 07:34.840] So there is no way for me to be able to determine when I would or would not be in violation
[07:34.840 --> 07:40.440]  of that statute.
[07:40.440 --> 07:49.680] So that'll make them unhappy, but I suggest to you first, go to the municipal ordinances.
[07:49.680 --> 07:55.040] Does the citation state an ordinance?
[07:55.040 --> 07:56.040]  Yeah.
[07:56.040 --> 07:59.960] Have you read the ordinance?
[07:59.960 --> 08:13.920] Okay, what it stated was unapproved, and the actual ordinance is parking on unimproved.
[08:13.920 --> 08:19.040]  Unimproved or unapproved?
[08:19.040 --> 08:21.480] What the ticket was, was unapproved.
[08:21.480 --> 08:24.880]  Okay, unapproved.
[08:24.880 --> 08:34.600] And have you went to the municipality and requested a complete listing of all approved
[08:34.600 --> 08:35.600]  surfaces?
[08:35.600 --> 08:43.120] Now, I asked them for the city ordinance, and what I got was parking on unimproved
[08:43.120 --> 08:44.120]  surface.
[08:44.120 --> 08:51.840] Okay, you need to give them an information request, or not you, because you have the
[08:51.840 --> 08:58.160] charge against you, once you have the charge against you, you no longer have access to
[08:58.160 --> 08:59.880]  the Open Reconject.
[08:59.880 --> 09:03.280] Have someone else write up an information request.
[09:03.280 --> 09:09.280] You might go on to my site, juristimimprudence.com.
[09:09.280 --> 09:17.880] And on the top frog on the right, documents and research, click that, and then click blanks,
[09:17.880 --> 09:24.920] and then click info request, or I think it just says blank info.
[09:24.920 --> 09:29.240] Click on blank info, and that'll bring you up a blank information request.
[09:29.240 --> 09:35.800] And it's one of my own construction, and it is exceptionally obnoxious.
[09:35.800 --> 09:42.600] It says you are hereby directed to provide for my inspection or copying all of the following,
[09:42.600 --> 09:44.520] and then has a set of blank lines.
[09:44.520 --> 09:55.600] In that section, you put a complete listing of all unapproved surfaces within the boundaries
[09:55.600 --> 10:01.840] of the municipality of whatever it is, and then it has this really obnoxious paragraph
[10:01.840 --> 10:06.800] about you want to see the actual documents, you don't want to see copies.
[10:06.800 --> 10:11.840] If you see any charges, let me know ahead of time, and this is a request under the Open
[10:11.840 --> 10:20.520] Records Act, under 1.29 Code of Criminal Procedure, or any other applicable statute.
[10:20.520 --> 10:27.200] These are, this one's designed to get around all the trash they pull, and then they're
[10:27.200 --> 10:36.640] going to send you a response saying that they need you to give them more clarification.
[10:36.640 --> 10:44.480] They do not know what you mean by unauthorized surfaces.
[10:44.480 --> 10:49.880] And then you take that to the court and say, Your Honor, you cannot expect me to know what
[10:49.880 --> 11:02.360] an unauthorized surface is when the city doesn't even know what an unauthorized service is.
[11:02.360 --> 11:07.800] So that's the problem with them writing these trash laws.
[11:07.800 --> 11:10.560]  That is a catch-all.
[11:10.560 --> 11:17.960] They can just accuse you of parking on an unauthorized surface if they just decide it's unauthorized.
[11:17.960 --> 11:18.960]  That makes it difficult.
[11:18.960 --> 11:24.480] So there's no way for you to know when you will or will not be violating the law, and
[11:24.480 --> 11:26.680]  that violates the process.
[11:26.680 --> 11:37.680] Would there be any motions I should file in this?
[11:37.680 --> 11:40.800] Wait, I'm just getting syllables from you.
[11:40.800 --> 11:44.600]  I'm not getting whole words.
[11:44.600 --> 11:49.440] Should there be any motions I should file come in Monday for the...
[11:49.440 --> 11:52.720] No, this is just an arraignment hearing.
[11:52.720 --> 11:53.720]  Okay.
[11:53.720 --> 12:03.040] And at an arraignment hearing, they're going to ask you to inter-apply.
[12:03.040 --> 12:09.440] And before you inter-apply, you demand to be advised of the nature and cause against
[12:09.440 --> 12:10.440]  you.
[12:10.440 --> 12:11.440]  Okay.
[12:11.440 --> 12:15.240] And they're going to say parking on an unauthorized surface, and they're going to ask you if you
[12:15.240 --> 12:16.840]  understand the charge.
[12:16.840 --> 12:19.040] And you say, Absolutely not.
[12:19.040 --> 12:22.440]  That charge doesn't make any sense.
[12:22.440 --> 12:31.760] No reasonable person of ordinary prudence, reasonable person of ordinary prudence.
[12:31.760 --> 12:35.200] That is the legal standard.
[12:35.200 --> 12:40.520] The standard is not what would you understand.
[12:40.520 --> 12:44.400] Not what would you think or what would you believe.
[12:44.400 --> 12:54.600] But what would an ordinary person of reasonable prudence understand, believe, or feel.
[12:54.600 --> 12:55.600]  That's the standard.
[12:55.600 --> 13:01.680] When they go before a jury, they ask a jury to determine not what you would do or how
[13:01.680 --> 13:08.280] you would act in this circumstance, but how would a reasonable person of ordinary prudence
[13:08.280 --> 13:09.280]  act.
[13:09.280 --> 13:18.800] And your question is, how would a reasonable person of ordinary prudence know when they
[13:18.800 --> 13:25.640] were violating this statute, that this law they're claiming.
[13:25.640 --> 13:30.600] If they can't tell me that, then you don't understand the charge against you and the
[13:30.600 --> 13:34.520] charges insufficient, and you ask the court to dismiss the case.
[13:34.520 --> 13:43.800] He's going to refuse, of course, but understand courts are corrupt, trial courts are absolutely
[13:43.800 --> 13:44.800]  corrupt.
[13:44.800 --> 13:49.080] They're going to rule against you out of hand at every turn, no matter what.
[13:49.080 --> 13:50.080]  Yeah.
[13:50.080 --> 13:51.080]  Yeah.
[13:51.080 --> 13:52.080]  I understand that.
[13:52.080 --> 13:53.080]  Okay.
[13:53.080 --> 13:57.920] But that's okay because we don't care about them anyway.
[13:57.920 --> 14:04.080] All you're doing in the trial court is setting the record for appeal.
[14:04.080 --> 14:10.400] And if you go into the trial court with only that purpose in mind, the court will figure
[14:10.400 --> 14:14.000]  it out really fast.
[14:14.000 --> 14:18.840] And more likely they're going to say, this guy's setting us up so he can blow us away.
[14:18.840 --> 14:29.320] And the more likely to make your case go away rather than fight this, especially over parking.
[14:29.320 --> 14:37.840] And if they do anything they're not allowed to do, file criminal charges against him immediately.
[14:37.840 --> 14:38.840]  Okay.
[14:38.840 --> 14:39.840]  Okay.
[14:39.840 --> 14:45.040] Thank you, Gerald, and keep us up to date on what occurs.
[14:45.040 --> 14:46.040]  Okay.
[14:46.040 --> 14:47.040]  Okay.
[14:47.040 --> 14:52.600] We're now going to go to Frank in New York.
[14:52.600 --> 14:57.040] Hello, Frank, what do you have for us today?
[14:57.040 --> 15:04.440] It's Brent, actually, we have kind of serious matter at hand and I don't mean to sound stupid,
[15:04.440 --> 15:06.760] but do we still have force in them that writes it?
[15:06.760 --> 15:07.760]  Okay.
[15:07.760 --> 15:08.760]  Okay.
[15:08.760 --> 15:09.760]  Okay.
[15:09.760 --> 15:10.760]  Hold on, Frank.
[15:10.760 --> 15:12.720] Back the mic a little bit away from your mouth and speak a little slower.
[15:12.720 --> 15:15.840] Your voice is booming into the mic.
[15:15.840 --> 15:18.800] So we're just getting this kind of breaks it up.
[15:18.800 --> 15:20.840]  We can't hear the whole words.
[15:20.840 --> 15:22.640]  Is that better?
[15:22.640 --> 15:24.640]  That is much better.
[15:24.640 --> 15:25.640]  Okay.
[15:25.640 --> 15:30.160] The question that I have, and I'm not trying to waste your time, is do we still have a
[15:30.160 --> 15:33.160] forced amendment in this country?
[15:33.160 --> 15:35.160]  Yes, we do.
[15:35.160 --> 15:36.160]  Okay.
[15:36.160 --> 15:41.760] Then why is it not being exercised in New York, and I'll explain further.
[15:41.760 --> 15:48.560] I've recently been arrested multiple times within the past week for possession of the
[15:48.560 --> 15:59.880] substance marijuana, unfortunately, and both of those charges were put on me after an unwarranted
[15:59.880 --> 16:02.380]  search.
[16:02.380 --> 16:06.760] I did not consent to a search, and I was told that I didn't have the right to not consent
[16:06.760 --> 16:07.760]  to the search.
[16:07.760 --> 16:15.000] I was searched anyway, and articles were removed from my person, and I was charged with the
[16:15.000 --> 16:17.800] possession of whatever property that was.
[16:17.800 --> 16:18.800]  Okay.
[16:18.800 --> 16:19.800]  Okay.
[16:19.800 --> 16:20.800]  Hang on.
[16:20.800 --> 16:21.800]  We're about to go to break.
[16:21.800 --> 16:24.600]  You're still a little choppy.
[16:24.600 --> 16:27.440] You might back the mic a little bit further away from your mouth.
[16:27.440 --> 16:37.600] It's causing the mic to kind of boom, but I detected something in your original statement
[16:37.600 --> 16:40.200]  that went to a presupposition.
[16:40.200 --> 16:44.960] I would like to address when we come back on the other side, and that's the presupposition
[16:44.960 --> 16:51.400] that the law will somehow invoke itself, and it won't.
[16:51.400 --> 16:56.000] It takes the belligerent litigant to make the law work, and I'll explain that when we
[16:56.000 --> 16:57.000]  get back.
[16:57.000 --> 16:58.000] Randy Carpenter, Steve, and Teddy Craig, you've already-
[16:58.000 --> 17:15.760]  It's not that I was doing well, but the truth to you I'll tell, and there's G's and Gmo's
[17:15.760 --> 17:22.760]  really ain't the way to go.
[17:22.760 --> 17:30.160]  Thank you.
[17:30.160 --> 17:37.400]  Thank you.

[19:00.600 --> 19:14.680] Well, don't let nothing get to you, only the father can do it by himself, and don't let
[19:14.680 --> 19:34.560] nothing get to you, only the father can do it by himself, and don't let nothing get to
[19:34.560 --> 19:52.600] you, only the father can do it by himself, and don't let nothing get to you, only the
[19:52.600 --> 20:03.400] father can do it by himself, and don't let nothing get to you, only the father can do
[20:03.400 --> 20:33.360] it by himself, and don't let nothing get to you, only the father can do it by himself
[20:33.360 --> 20:43.360] We have with the network had some major system crashes here recently and part of our problem
[20:43.360 --> 20:51.760] at the beginning of the show may have had some of the residual effects and we've had
[20:51.760 --> 21:01.760] to purchase new equipment and as most of you know who listened to the show that primarily
[21:01.760 --> 21:11.120] Deborah keeps this show going we try to kind of help but most of all of the costs of the
[21:11.120 --> 21:20.320] show is borne by Deborah and she has had to spend use up all of her own available cash
[21:20.320 --> 21:27.600] here recently in order to just be able to keep the show on the air so we really need
[21:27.600 --> 21:38.560] some help if you folks appreciate this show please go to our logos radio and donate whatever
[21:38.560 --> 21:47.040] you can five ten whatever fifteen whatever you can anything will help because at the
[21:47.040 --> 21:55.600] moment we are pretty strapped out trying to keep this show up and working if you enjoy
[21:55.600 --> 22:01.600] listening to it I hope you appreciate how much time we put into it and especially how
[22:01.600 --> 22:09.360] much time Deborah has put into it she has had to rebuild the whole system onto a new
[22:09.360 --> 22:14.160] computer because the computer she had been using for years finally crashed and it was
[22:14.160 --> 22:24.560] too old to repair again and she had everything set up to run on this system and because she
[22:24.560 --> 22:30.400] had to go to a new system had to rebuild everything and it's been a major struggle and very costly
[22:31.680 --> 22:37.760] anything you folks could contribute to help us keep this on the air would be greatly appreciated
[22:39.520 --> 22:52.400] okay we are going to go back to Frank in New York and Frank you you started out by asking
[22:52.400 --> 23:01.440] if we still had a first amendment or yeah we do have a first amendment we have all of these laws
[23:01.440 --> 23:10.720] and statutes and constitutions and all those things are out there but they are not self-actuating
[23:11.920 --> 23:20.240] they must be implemented by human beings and the problem we have with human beings is human
[23:20.240 --> 23:32.480] beings tend to do what is immediately expedient if it is expedient for a police officer to abide by
[23:32.480 --> 23:41.040] all of your rights he will do that but if it's not expedient he will tend to do what's most
[23:41.040 --> 23:51.120] expedient for him if you are to have your rights you cannot sit back and expect your
[23:51.120 --> 23:59.680] rights to be fed to you on a silver platter the courts have held that rights belong to the
[23:59.680 --> 24:11.520] belligerent litigants they belong to the one who absolutely demands them and absolutely refuses
[24:12.240 --> 24:20.560] to tolerate any breach of them i've looked around for a long time in researching the system to try
[24:20.560 --> 24:26.240] to find out what the problem was and first I thought the problem was police we just didn't
[24:26.240 --> 24:33.600] follow law and I just didn't care and it became it became clear it's not the police
[24:35.920 --> 24:42.880] most every police officer I know got into police work because he wanted to be the good guy
[24:42.880 --> 24:48.960] he wanted to help people and he got into a system that was absolutely totally corrupt
[24:49.520 --> 24:55.680] he didn't create it and he wound up stuck inside it and most of the good policemen I know hate the
[24:55.680 --> 25:02.240] system that they're stuck inside so the question became how did we create this mess and then I
[25:02.240 --> 25:09.360] blamed the judges and the product of prosecutors next and there wasn't them and then I blame the
[25:09.360 --> 25:22.320] judges it's not them either it's you frank in New York you are the problem and I'm the problem
[25:22.320 --> 25:30.160] and all of those of us who have not absolutely demanded that our public officials follow our
[25:30.160 --> 25:38.240] law the first time one of our officials steps half inch across the legal line we need to kick
[25:38.240 --> 25:47.600] them right in their professional teeth and pull them back and we haven't done it and this show
[25:47.600 --> 25:55.280] is about how you can do that and the flag called me because um this is an actually more pressing
[25:55.280 --> 26:00.320] matter it's actually happening wait you need to move away from the mic you can barely understand
[26:00.320 --> 26:05.760] you but if you're you and talking to this thing it's very receptive is that better no that is not
[26:05.760 --> 26:13.280] much better are you on a cell phone unfortunately yes and how is this uh do you have a bluetooth
[26:13.280 --> 26:20.720] unfortunately no sir okay good good this that's better but is this better because I like I'll
[26:20.720 --> 26:26.560] just hold it right here not move at all that that's a little better and speak a little slower when
[26:26.560 --> 26:33.440] you when you start to make a sound your voices you have a strong voice and it booms into the mic
[26:34.320 --> 26:39.600] and so we only hear the first part of the syllable we don't have the last part okay so then I'll
[26:39.600 --> 26:47.520] speak a little slower I'm just very um this is all recent and new to me um I just this happened
[26:47.520 --> 26:55.200] early today I was with um friends down at a river um we were doing we were engaging in activity and
[26:55.200 --> 27:01.040] an officer showed up and my friends were charged with a crime for admitting to that activity
[27:01.040 --> 27:09.600] and I expressed no part of that I said um that should be that I should be surgical wait wait I
[27:09.600 --> 27:17.200] am I am sorry Frank we cannot understand what you're saying I'm just sitting bare bits and pieces
[27:17.200 --> 27:23.760] can you try hanging up and calling back in it it may be the connection I will I will definitely try
[27:23.760 --> 27:29.520] again okay okay and we'll take one more caller if you call back in then we'll take you next okay I'll
[27:29.520 --> 27:39.360] be right back on the phone okay thank you okay we're going to go to David in Texas happy Randy
[27:40.320 --> 27:50.880] Eddie hello David never can you hear me yes I can my question was uh using only a computer
[27:50.880 --> 27:56.880] where can I go online maybe you may not know but some other call about now where can I go online and
[27:56.880 --> 28:06.720] I'm access to other requests for reconsideration then uh in a uh oh that just there's one primary
[28:06.720 --> 28:13.200] place it's google scholar but I've been really annoyed with google scholar you know I do a lot
[28:13.200 --> 28:24.000] of legal research and I use start page exclusively and if you go to start page the start page doesn't
[28:24.000 --> 28:31.680] keep any history of your browsing right now I don't go anywhere that you know I care if anybody
[28:31.680 --> 28:41.680] knows right there's a more there's a more insidious reason behind that uh if you use google or one of
[28:41.680 --> 28:48.000] these others that tracks you the government can go in and get all your searches and they know who your
[28:48.000 --> 28:55.440] doctor is they know who your dentist is they know the people you know who you talk to on facebook
[28:56.080 --> 29:03.520] who you email to they know everything you're interested in by the searches that you make so
[29:03.520 --> 29:06.720] I only use start page but you just go and start page and do
[29:07.840 --> 29:15.280] motion for reconsideration whatever state you're in and you'll get multiple hits
[29:15.280 --> 29:20.000] I did that but let me tell you what came up okay most
[29:20.560 --> 29:26.480] reconsideration on social security that I'm looking specifically for foreclosure
[29:27.360 --> 29:33.600] okay do motion for reconsideration and put the type of hearing it was
[29:35.280 --> 29:42.800] the internet has so much stuff in it you can get very specific and still get good hits
[29:42.800 --> 29:48.800] okay hang on David we're about to go to break this is Randy Calton David Stevens and Craig
[29:48.800 --> 29:55.520] with our radio our call in number five one two six four six 1984 a call board's kind of filling
[29:55.520 --> 30:03.200] up so if you want to get in tonight give us a call this is building seven a 47 story skyscraper
[30:03.200 --> 30:08.000] that fell on the afternoon of september 11 the government says that fire brought it down however
[30:08.000 --> 30:13.840] 1500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition over 6000 my fellow
[30:13.840 --> 30:18.080] service members have given their lives of thousands of my fellow first responders of dying
[30:18.080 --> 30:22.240]  I'm not a conspiracy theorist I'm a structural engineer I'm a New York City correctional I'm an
[30:22.240 --> 30:27.680] Air Force pilot I'm a father who lost his son we're Americans and we deserve the true go to
[30:27.680 --> 30:35.520] rememberbuilding7.org today hempusa.org has moved and expanded its operations for faster
[30:35.520 --> 30:42.160] worldwide shipping our product line has grown from five to nearly 100 items in less than five years
[30:42.160 --> 30:48.320] our food is grown naturally always chemical free not found in stores great for daily intake and

[30:57.280 --> 31:04.800] our powder seeds and oil can do for you it is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM but finding
[31:04.800 --> 31:10.160] things on the internet isn't so easy and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with oh
[31:10.160 --> 31:15.760] well I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then Brave New Books yes Brave New Books has all
[31:15.760 --> 31:21.040] the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones Ron Paul and G. Edward Griffin
[31:21.040 --> 31:26.800] they even stock inner food Burkey products and Calvin soaps there's no way a place like that
[31:26.800 --> 31:32.640] please go check it out for yourself it's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT
[31:32.640 --> 31:38.720] oh by UT there's never anywhere to park down there actually they now offer a free hour of
[31:38.720 --> 31:43.760] parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind the bookstore

[33:22.480 --> 33:29.520] okay we are back Randy Kelton never see the Jenny Craig rule of law radio
[33:31.280 --> 33:38.720] and again I would I would like to ask if if you can donate anything at all it would be a great
[33:38.720 --> 33:49.120] help I I know what most people must think about radio station you you probably think this is a lot
[33:49.120 --> 34:00.080] more sophisticated than it is what it actually is is Deborah me Eddie and the hosts who are producing
[34:00.080 --> 34:10.240] these shows we all chip in our time for free all of us chip in money every time we have some extra
[34:10.240 --> 34:21.120] extra we put a lot into this and that's not in any way any kind of criticism of anybody
[34:21.120 --> 34:33.040] who listens this is for us this is a mission and it's okay but sometimes we have things happen
[34:33.040 --> 34:42.960] and and it gets more than we can handle and we need your help this is a collaborative effort
[34:42.960 --> 34:54.960] we really struggle to give you a program that's of real value and it it on the one hand it costs us
[34:54.960 --> 35:06.400] a lot but this is not a complaint Deborah just called earlier today and we have been talking
[35:06.400 --> 35:15.440] about the issue and I was sitting here thinking as hard as Deborah has been struggling these last
[35:15.440 --> 35:23.440] few days to get the network back up and how much difficulty it was I was thinking you know
[35:23.440 --> 35:32.480] five ten fifteen years from now I'll be sitting on the porch somewhere Deborah be sitting on the
[35:32.480 --> 35:39.200] porch looking out watching the grass grow thinking back on her life and she'll think back to this
[35:39.200 --> 35:47.600] time when we were struggling doing everything we could to do the right thing for the right reason
[35:47.600 --> 35:57.440] and these are the times that will stand out in our lives as those times when we were the most alive
[35:57.440 --> 36:08.320] and vibrant so we do need to ask for help we do need to ask for money but do not consider this as
[36:08.320 --> 36:18.960] any kind of complaint this is a great adventure and we would very much like you folks to participate
[36:18.960 --> 36:29.440] in this adventure with us we are in a very special time in history we are in a special time that
[36:29.440 --> 36:38.800] occurs once in three lifetimes this one is 20 years overdue it should have happened 20 years ago
[36:39.680 --> 36:47.680] this normally occurs every 50 years this one took 70 so that makes it even more of a
[36:48.960 --> 36:53.200] important event and you and I and each and all of us get to be a part of it
[36:53.200 --> 37:02.880] those of you who are listening to this program you're part of a very small slice of the population
[37:05.200 --> 37:12.160] 95 percent of the people have no clue as to what's really going on a few people
[37:12.160 --> 37:26.160] have a clue they go and they seek out information this is Friday night this is prime time you
[37:26.160 --> 37:34.880] could be watching TV but then that's where most people are and you have to know that we
[37:34.880 --> 37:42.560] absolutely appreciate our listeners and appreciate that it takes a special human being
[37:43.760 --> 37:50.960] to take their Friday night and spend it trying to gather information you're smart of it you're
[37:50.960 --> 38:01.760] part of a small group a small slice of the population and it has always been this small
[38:01.760 --> 38:14.080] slice of the population that changes everything great change has never been wrought by the
[38:14.080 --> 38:21.680] will of the people i know that sounds horrible to say that and that's not what we want to hear
[38:21.680 --> 38:28.400] but in the real world i live in great change has never been brought by the will of the masses
[38:28.400 --> 38:39.840] it's always been wrought by a few individuals within the masses who stand up think for themselves
[38:40.800 --> 38:51.760] and give the masses something of value to follow it is our absolute hope that we are providing
[38:51.760 --> 39:05.040] that example the tool that those few people who are put on this earth in this place at this time
[39:06.320 --> 39:15.440] to bring this change we hope we're the ones that are here to help you bring this change about but
[39:15.440 --> 39:25.520] unfortunately freedom is not free and we need as much help as we can get a whatever you can send
[39:25.520 --> 39:31.520] would be absolutely incredibly appreciated and it'll keep this program on there and keep this
[39:31.520 --> 39:41.120] information going okay now we're going to go back to david in texas thank you randy i've
[39:41.120 --> 39:47.280] acknowledged your request and do what i can do but my next question is on the same topic
[39:48.000 --> 39:51.680] if i okay david wait hold on just a second let me make a deal with you
[39:53.840 --> 40:02.960] you need me to produce a evaluation for you yes sir if you give that to the network i'll
[40:02.960 --> 40:11.520] produce the evaluation i'll be more than happy to give that to the network sir okay and i'm doing
[40:11.520 --> 40:18.800] evaluations of court records and it generally takes me four or five days these things are massive
[40:19.680 --> 40:27.040] i started at five o'clock this morning and worked on two documents that i'd already
[40:27.040 --> 40:35.920] spent about four or five days each on and got the amount today about six o'clock so i will do yours
[40:35.920 --> 40:43.760] if you'll donate what i ask you to do ask you for to the network i'll be to address on the
[40:44.800 --> 40:51.440] on the network we okay we need about a thousand dollars so that deborah can replace what she took
[40:51.440 --> 41:00.240] out of her pocket so if you cover that part we'll be a good a good ways toward it if and
[41:00.240 --> 41:06.160] if our listeners can pitch in the risk we will keep this network up and cooking okay go ahead david
[41:07.120 --> 41:14.800] okay we started in one court was uh they heard part of it then they transferred it to another court
[41:14.800 --> 41:20.560] they heard another part of it and then it got transferred to a third court my question is
[41:21.360 --> 41:31.120] do i ask for reconsideration from all three courts or do i i've asked for uh rules and
[41:31.760 --> 41:40.080] okay which court rendered the final decision well the second court rendered the final decision
[41:40.080 --> 41:46.080] the third court was the one that actually heard it but the second court it came out of the second
[41:46.080 --> 41:56.160] court but by judges i never sat in front of that is an interesting issue you might raise an objection
[41:56.160 --> 42:03.200] to the ruling because the ruling was made by a court who had no clues to what was going on
[42:03.200 --> 42:13.440] well let me clarify one point the third judge signed the ruling in the court from the second
[42:13.440 --> 42:25.520] judge who i've never been in front of before that brings up an interesting issue you know we've
[42:25.520 --> 42:35.120] we've had this problem with with judges playing musical chairs with the courts they kicked you
[42:35.120 --> 42:44.240] from court to court to court so that no judge really understands what's going on this may be a
[42:44.240 --> 42:58.960] very good issue to bring to create some politics okay understand that lawyers never raise objections
[42:58.960 --> 43:06.960] to these things and then judges do things that are convenient to them but then they get this dirty
[43:06.960 --> 43:15.920] what lousy pros say who comes in and says what you're doing is absolutely unconscionable what
[43:15.920 --> 43:21.920] and you need to stop this and do your job the way you're supposed to and judges hate that

[45:16.000 --> 45:22.160] perpetrators the fbi and federal prosecutors insist that tim mcbay alone delivered the rider
[45:22.160 --> 45:26.880] truck bomb to the murray building and detonated it the only witness the government produced a
[45:26.880 --> 45:32.080] place mcbay at the building that morning dana bradley who lost her children in one of her legs in
[45:32.080 --> 45:37.840] the bombing testified that she saw mcbay with another man the fable john doe number two exiting
[45:37.840 --> 45:43.200] the rider truck while at least 15 other witnesses claimed to have seen mcbay with other perpetrators
[45:43.200 --> 45:49.920] the day of the bombing no less than 226 witnesses placed him with other men in the days before the

[46:14.720 --> 46:42.400] okay we are back randy kelton debba steven daddy craig using our radio
[46:42.400 --> 46:49.440] and debba is here i would like to bring her on the air she wants to kind of talk about what's
[46:49.440 --> 46:56.640] going on with the network and let you know what we're trying to accomplish debba yes thank you randy
[46:56.640 --> 47:00.880] i was i was on my way home and i heard all the kind things you were saying about me i really
[47:00.880 --> 47:07.120] appreciate that i don't like to toot my own horn okay i only said that because i was hoping that you
[47:07.120 --> 47:15.760] would double my salary well double if nothing is still is still a big goose egg randy but um
[47:15.760 --> 47:22.160] anyways yeah i i really appreciate you uh getting the word out about the fundraiser and folks
[47:22.160 --> 47:27.760] there is a chip in on the website on the logos radio network dot com website there's also a
[47:27.760 --> 47:32.880] chip in on rule of law radio dot com it's the same chip in uh on rule of law radio you'll see two
[47:32.880 --> 47:40.240] chips chip in one is for the ongoing fundraiser for eddie's legal fund and then there's also the
[47:40.240 --> 47:47.200] the network fundraiser and yeah folks we do uh a lot to bring this show to you to bring all of
[47:47.200 --> 47:54.480] the shows on this network to you uh we do have a few sponsors but uh they don't pay very much most
[47:54.480 --> 48:01.760] of them are on commission basis and so we only get paid when our listeners buy from our sponsors
[48:01.760 --> 48:06.480] so that's another reason why we need y'all to support the sponsors but right now we we need
[48:06.480 --> 48:12.240] this fundraiser because i pretty much had to spend all the money that i had to up uh to completely
[48:12.240 --> 48:18.640] rebuild from scratch a brand new computer for the network and i was planning on doing this fundraiser
[48:18.640 --> 48:24.160] anyway but because i knew that we needed to purchase new equipment i knew we needed another
[48:24.160 --> 48:30.080] computer and we also need to update some of our other equipment as well but i was hoping to raise
[48:30.080 --> 48:38.080] the money before uh purchasing new equipment not after but it just didn't work out that way
[48:38.080 --> 48:44.560] and uh we have a goal of seven thousand dollars uh to get the new equipment that we need and to
[48:44.560 --> 48:50.800] have a little set aside so that we can pay for the operating expenses uh over the next few months
[48:50.800 --> 48:58.080] so that we're not having to constantly dig into our own pockets just to pay the basic
[48:58.080 --> 49:06.480] bare bones bills because as as many of you know listening to alex jones uh the the the municipal
[49:06.480 --> 49:13.680] government in austin keeps closing all their power plants to turn it to turn the the service
[49:13.680 --> 49:19.760] of providing power electricity to the residents here in austin over to private entities because
[49:19.760 --> 49:27.120] they get kickbacks and align their pockets and so the electric bills keep going up and up and up
[49:27.120 --> 49:31.520] and up in the city of austin and it's not going to get any better it's going to continue to get
[49:31.520 --> 49:37.840] higher and higher all the time and so we need to have some money set aside for basic operating
[49:37.840 --> 49:44.880] expenses the internet the phone the electricity it's it costs money to run this and we also need
[49:44.880 --> 49:51.760] to upgrade our equipment now the goal is to raise seven thousand dollars by january 31st
[49:51.760 --> 49:58.960] uh but basically we need like a thousand of that immediately or else we're gonna have trouble
[49:58.960 --> 50:05.840] staying on the air because i had to i completely depleted myself now to uh to upgrade this computer
[50:05.840 --> 50:11.200] so folks we do need your help it is pretty much an emergency situation we've got to have a thousand
[50:11.200 --> 50:17.520] dollars like by the middle of the week this coming up week and i so anyways that's what's
[50:17.520 --> 50:21.840] going on with the network the goal is to raise seven thousand but we pretty much need a thousand of
[50:21.840 --> 50:26.640] that right away so i appreciate your support i appreciate you let me take the time on the air
[50:26.640 --> 50:33.120] to explain the situation and i i guess that's all and uh randy i don't know who you were talking to
[50:33.120 --> 50:38.720] but i see a chat on the chat window here it says paul from texas had a question about the fundraiser
[50:38.720 --> 50:44.240] who uh is it okay if i bring paul on right now absolutely okay and then you can go back to the
[50:44.240 --> 50:50.400] other caller uh paul from texas you had a question about the fundraiser yes debra nice to hear from
[50:50.400 --> 50:55.680] you uh well basically it was trying to uh confirm with what randy's saying you know you guys do so
[50:55.680 --> 51:00.800] much of your time and effort to feel that uh you know personally i'd like to contribute as much as
[51:00.800 --> 51:06.320] i can possibly but of course times are tough uh i've got the jurors dictionary i've bought the
[51:06.320 --> 51:12.240] mike mirris program and i'm looking to purchase the phone package for you guys also and i know
[51:12.240 --> 51:18.400] you set up the two chip ins but i'm like a monthly type guy uh i know it's probably another thing
[51:18.400 --> 51:25.200] that another person is you know asking to you know just another thing but uh if you could set up a
[51:25.200 --> 51:31.280] monthly contribution i mean i'd love to put there is there is uh there are monthly subscription
[51:31.280 --> 51:39.120] donation packages if you if you go to rule of law radio dot com and click on the donations button on
[51:39.120 --> 51:47.760] the left you'll see it'll go to the donations page and there are options there to subscribe to a monthly
[51:47.760 --> 51:52.160] it'll just automatically take it out of your paypal account you have to have a paypal account
[51:52.160 --> 51:58.960] to do a monthly subscription donation if you just want to make a one-time donation then you can do
[51:58.960 --> 52:03.920] it through a credit card or a debit card but if you want to set up a subscription you have to have
[52:03.920 --> 52:10.240] a paypal account that pretty much sums it up thank you so much i'm excited for it okay great and for
[52:10.240 --> 52:17.280] folks thank you so much paul thank you so much and for folks out there who do not deal with the
[52:17.280 --> 52:21.200] banking system because i know there are many of you out there that uh do not uh deal with the
[52:21.200 --> 52:26.160] banking system at all uh if they don't have paypal because you have to have a bank account to use
[52:26.160 --> 52:33.440] paypal if you want to uh send cash or i mean i never would recommend sending cash to the mail
[52:33.440 --> 52:40.000] because it could get stolen uh if you're going to send cash in the mail however please wrap it up with
[52:40.000 --> 52:47.120] aluminum foil so that it can't be detected with the post office scanners that that's what it is
[52:47.120 --> 52:54.720] if you're going to send gold or silver coins through the mail make sure you send it certified mail
[52:54.720 --> 52:59.840] i would actually recommend that you send it registered mail because registered with registered
[52:59.840 --> 53:06.240] mail is the same thing as certified mail except you get insurance on the package through the post
[53:06.240 --> 53:12.000] office all right and if you're going to send gold or silver coins through the mail please
[53:12.000 --> 53:17.600] please wrap them up in aluminum foil put them in an envelope and wrap the envelope up in aluminum
[53:17.600 --> 53:22.720] foil so that it can't be detected by the scanners and send it either certified or registered mail
[53:22.720 --> 53:26.960] registered mail is better because you can get insurance uh if you don't have a credit card and
[53:26.960 --> 53:32.480] you want to write a check you need to write it to me personally we do not have a business
[53:32.480 --> 53:38.640] account in the name of rule of law radio there is no business bank account in the name of logos
[53:38.640 --> 53:45.360] radio network because i want to keep i want to keep the network business uh out of the i want to
[53:45.360 --> 53:49.280] just stay out of the banking system as much as possible we do have to deal with the banking
[53:49.280 --> 53:54.640] system somewhat but we don't have a business bank account in those in those business entity names
[53:54.640 --> 54:00.160] and so if you write a check to rule of law radio or logos radio network i'm going to have to send
[54:00.160 --> 54:06.480] it back to you because there's no way for me to cash it i can't endorse it over to my personal
[54:06.480 --> 54:13.360] account the bank will not let me do that so you have to write the check to me personally debora
[54:13.360 --> 54:20.960] stevens if you want to write a check and the address is on the website it's 1516 south lamar
[54:20.960 --> 54:28.800] number 112 and that's austin texas 78704 otherwise if you can deal with paypal or to chip in or
[54:29.440 --> 54:34.480] if you can deal with paypal or credit card then you can use the chip in or if you can set up a
[54:34.480 --> 54:39.680] monthly donation subscription okay so those are the ways you can donate wait a minute what about
[54:39.680 --> 54:45.760]  could they write it to randy's beautiful i don't think there's a bank account with the randy's
[54:45.760 --> 54:51.200] beautiful name okay all right i will let you get back to the show uh i've got work to do
[54:51.200 --> 54:57.920] i'm a week behind on mastering audio for the documentary that i'm working on uh by the free
[54:57.920 --> 55:04.720] mind films gang they have hired me once again to be the chief audio engineer for the next
[55:04.720 --> 55:10.960] documentary they are the makers of a noble lie by the way uh in their next movie it's called state
[55:10.960 --> 55:18.240] of mind it has to do with the history uh and the current uh activities of government mind control
[55:18.240 --> 55:22.000] so it's an excellent it's going to be another excellent documentary so i got to get let you
[55:22.000 --> 55:28.080] guys go because i got to get to work i'm way behind on my deadline so all right folks thank you randy
[55:28.080 --> 55:40.400] thank you listeners okay we are back to david in texas and david you made a interesting comment
[55:41.440 --> 55:49.840] presented an interesting issue you have a foreclosure issue which is relatively complex
[55:49.840 --> 55:58.640] and the courts are shifting it from one judge to the next to the next to the next
[56:00.720 --> 56:06.720] so there's no way that these judges can understand what is actually what's going on with all the
[56:06.720 --> 56:17.120] permutations and this seems to be a standard tool that the judges use to avoid actually
[56:17.120 --> 56:25.600] addressing issues well let me put in a little bit more the second court that i was assigned to
[56:27.280 --> 56:36.800] the the cost number had the numbers inverted when i got when i realized it i i discovered
[56:36.800 --> 56:42.880] before i got court and i objected to it because they converted the cost number in other words they
[56:42.880 --> 56:47.920] weren't trying the cost number that i was there to try they were trying a different cost number
[56:50.960 --> 56:57.200] you know that is interesting somehow okay what did they invert did they invert something
[56:58.640 --> 57:09.360] that would be a natural typing error no no it was not a natural typing error thing it was
[57:09.360 --> 57:15.760] it was where someone specifically changed the number or two numbers
[57:18.080 --> 57:24.080] in other words two numbers before the last two the last two are correct the two before that were
[57:24.960 --> 57:31.760] inverted and then the numbers before that were correct so okay okay oh wait but by inverted
[57:31.760 --> 57:39.440] you mean juxtaposed well the the second number and the first number were reversed in position
[57:40.400 --> 57:47.520] not no it was about the eight and the ninth yeah well no i'm seeing like number one two three four
[57:48.480 --> 57:51.280] two three instead of two three you had three two
[57:54.240 --> 57:59.840] yeah that's a normal typing error if if instead of three two you had nine six
[57:59.840 --> 58:09.360] six then we're gonna say this was deliberate okay hang on david uh we will finish this up on
[58:09.360 --> 58:16.800] the other side and we have frank oh frank you're still here oh frank call back okay and soon as
[58:16.800 --> 58:23.920] we're done with david we'll go back to frank and then john and then anonimous we get anonimous on
[58:23.920 --> 58:31.840] here a lot this is randy kelton gebra stevens eddie craig who's on radio our call in number is 512

[01:04:30.800 --> 01:04:37.600] tweaked my attention because this this is something that comes up often where they
[01:04:38.320 --> 01:04:44.880] play musical chairs with the judges and so the judges can do a song and dance i just
[01:04:44.880 --> 01:04:53.600] uh put out two documents today and one of them was a response to a magistrates recommendation
[01:04:54.880 --> 01:05:03.760] and i crawled right down that magistrates throat it's time we started doing this we are
[01:05:04.960 --> 01:05:13.760] as the proceeds as the sovereigns we're the only ones that can bring the judges back in line
[01:05:13.760 --> 01:05:21.840] this crap of dumping decisions from one judge to the next to the next when the judge clearly
[01:05:21.840 --> 01:05:28.880] has no clue as to what's actually going on is absolutely unconscionable and we need to start
[01:05:28.880 --> 01:05:35.920] going after them and you know lawyers can't do it they don't dare because the judge have ruined
[01:05:35.920 --> 01:05:43.520] their career but we're the proceeds from hell we're the ones that can beat the judges back
[01:05:43.520 --> 01:05:50.080] into line and this stuff is shifting from one judge to another uh i would like to
[01:05:51.200 --> 01:06:02.240] examine a way to craft a claim of a violation of due process that's exactly right what's there
[01:06:02.240 --> 01:06:15.760] so how does your due process rights denied by being sent to a judge who doesn't know
[01:06:15.760 --> 01:06:24.160] squat about what's going on well i go to the first judge and and she
[01:06:24.160 --> 01:06:31.040] doesn't want to hear the case and that's real obvious from the beginning
[01:06:32.640 --> 01:06:39.280] and so she finds a reason to reassign it thirty six did that forty five days later
[01:06:40.000 --> 01:06:43.760] and when i appear at the second judge she doesn't want to hear the case
[01:06:44.720 --> 01:06:53.120] she doesn't tap and show dance when i present uh paperwork to her right there in the front of
[01:06:53.120 --> 01:07:01.040] the court and i'm the only non-lawyer in the in the whole courtroom only non-lawyer both times
[01:07:03.360 --> 01:07:10.160] and so then she sends me to a different court and this is where i finally got heard
[01:07:11.200 --> 01:07:19.680] all the way through except the second the third judge the third court when when he
[01:07:19.680 --> 01:07:29.440] he reassigned it back to the second court to a fourth judge that never has i've never appeared
[01:07:29.440 --> 01:07:30.160]  in front of who
[01:07:36.240 --> 01:07:47.760] the the final piper does that make any sense that it sounds like they're trying to find a way to
[01:07:47.760 --> 01:07:58.240] to avoid ruling on your case well and requested findings and rulings but i i said okay i've got
[01:07:58.240 --> 01:08:04.560] two recorders that have all testimony i want so i'm going to request both of those
[01:08:05.040 --> 01:08:10.720] all testimonies and i've got two judges one of them which signed the other one which i'm going
[01:08:10.720 --> 01:08:18.800] to request findings and conclusions from both of them which i did now let them dance with that
[01:08:18.800 --> 01:08:25.280] they both got the questions let them let them dance with it if they don't assume any proper
[01:08:25.280 --> 01:08:31.920] conclusions when i go to appeal the public goes to say how come this man has got three
[01:08:31.920 --> 01:08:39.360] different courts he had to appear in yes and and i would look at a judicial conduct complaint
[01:08:39.360 --> 01:08:48.480] against each judge okay against each one each each one each time they change judges we follow
[01:08:48.480 --> 01:08:56.640] judicial conduct complaint well and let the judges whine in cries that this is unfair and
[01:08:56.640 --> 01:09:02.640] unreasonable we don't care right what what you're doing is unfair and unreasonable and you don't
[01:09:02.640 --> 01:09:16.800] seem to care that your convenience ruins my whole life so we cause you a little convenience life is
[01:09:16.800 --> 01:09:26.240] tough i think it's time those of us the the posays are the ones that will change the system let me
[01:09:26.240 --> 01:09:33.040] say this on the air at randy go ahead a little a little trick this is the second time they've
[01:09:33.040 --> 01:09:39.200] tried this and the first time it had a judgment that never was it was signed but it never was
[01:09:39.200 --> 01:09:45.840] acknowledged so then they tried it again but the first this is the fifth set of attorneys
[01:09:45.840 --> 01:09:53.520] that's worked on the other side and the last case at the bottom they list seven or eight different
[01:09:53.520 --> 01:10:01.440] attorneys you know to blow you up to make great when you send certified mail send certified mail
[01:10:01.440 --> 01:10:05.680] to each one of those attorneys whether they're on the case or not their names are on the bottom of
[01:10:05.680 --> 01:10:14.400] the case and put their bar number on the bottom left corner just a bar number on the envelope
[01:10:14.400 --> 01:10:21.520] that they have to sign for and then you have you've got him thinking well i've come he's listed my
[01:10:21.520 --> 01:10:28.320] bar number on the bottom left and then you file a bar complaint sometime in the future you do file
[01:10:28.320 --> 01:10:34.160] a bar complaint on each one of them yeah i think i think bar complaints are one of the most powerful
[01:10:34.160 --> 01:10:41.360] things we can do well i know they are i know they're i had a case missed in a municipal court
[01:10:41.360 --> 01:10:50.160] over one letter which was a bar complaint and i got a call the day before and the latest attorney
[01:10:50.160 --> 01:10:58.000] said so the attorney said well mr uh we're just going to drop all this this whole case we're
[01:10:58.000 --> 01:11:02.560]  just going to drop it and i said well we're great that's that's really fine i won't have to make a
[01:11:03.120 --> 01:11:11.600] 150 mile trip to appearing your court then well this is what we need to do as pro says
[01:11:11.600 --> 01:11:19.760] the great change has never caught been implemented by the will of the masses
[01:11:22.000 --> 01:11:32.400] it's the few and in this case i i honestly believe that it is the pro pro say that will
[01:11:32.400 --> 01:11:44.000] have the influence and the political power to make this change uh we had uh someone recently who was
[01:11:44.560 --> 01:11:49.920] sitting waiting for his attorney and his attorney was upset at him so he made him wait while he
[01:11:50.880 --> 01:11:58.560] did for the appointment but it was a mistake because while he was waiting he picked up a
[01:11:58.560 --> 01:12:07.920] article picked up a magazine by the tech estate bar association and the headline story on the front
[01:12:07.920 --> 01:12:18.480] of the page had to do with pro say litigants and he read the article and they were complaining that
[01:12:18.480 --> 01:12:29.840] 20 of all of the cases in the courts in texas were pro say and they you know they went on to
[01:12:29.840 --> 01:12:39.040] conclude that the public had become so disenchanted with the legal community that they didn't trust
[01:12:39.040 --> 01:12:48.560] them anymore and felt that in spite of the overwhelming odds they were still better off
[01:12:49.120 --> 01:12:57.920] representing themselves than paying a lawyer an ungodly fortune and get screwed twice as bad
[01:12:58.800 --> 01:13:04.720] right probably still lose but spend all the money too but this do you represent yourself you spend
[01:13:04.720 --> 01:13:10.080] a little money in a whole lot of time but you at least got the same chance that you are with a bad
[01:13:10.080 --> 01:13:17.120] attorney and absolutely why would i pay an attorney to screw me right when i can screw
[01:13:17.120 --> 01:13:26.240] myself and it doesn't cost me near as much but as pro says we can you know i'm hoping that this
[01:13:26.240 --> 01:13:34.640] show will help people become the pro say from hell and use all the taxes we can to
[01:13:34.640 --> 01:13:44.080] cause all of these people as much personal and political grief as we possibly can in order
[01:13:44.080 --> 01:13:50.080] to give them reason to do the right thing they won't do the right thing for the right reason
[01:13:51.440 --> 01:13:58.480] so maybe they'll do the right thing to keep these dirty wattons thinking low down pro say
[01:13:58.480 --> 01:14:09.200] litigants from beating them up and having so much fun at their expense okay david we have a
[01:14:09.200 --> 01:14:14.160] number of other callers do you have anything else for us i believe that's all for now and of course
[01:14:14.160 --> 01:14:20.640] i always have something else but i i'm not going to take up that okay okay well don't be such a
[01:14:20.640 --> 01:14:30.720] stranger and i'll get something out to them to make her feel okay okay thank you okay now we're
[01:14:30.720 --> 01:14:46.560] going to go to anonymous in in a is that nebraska north america north america oh okay

[01:14:54.960 --> 01:15:03.040] yeah i'm having a problem with uh the car dealership i bought a car for the exclusive
[01:15:03.040 --> 01:15:09.120] right to travel outside any taxable purpose and then we fees and it gives proof of ownership
[01:15:10.080 --> 01:15:14.640] like okay wait wait wait wait hold on back up your back away from the mic a little bit
[01:15:14.640 --> 01:15:21.120] mike's booming okay say that again i'm trying to get a bill of sale or an invoice from the
[01:15:21.120 --> 01:15:26.400] dealership and they refuse to do so uh is this a brand new car that you purchase
[01:15:27.280 --> 01:15:35.440] you want to use okay so there probably already exists a title for that vehicle
[01:15:35.440 --> 01:15:45.600] i got the title for a motor vehicle with the first party lean holder holder card
[01:15:47.360 --> 01:15:55.680] first secured party lean holder okay now what is it what is you're trying to i take it you're
[01:15:55.680 --> 01:16:06.080] trying to get rid of the title portion all right next have you have you sent the state a request
[01:16:06.800 --> 01:16:14.960] for notification of any interest they have in this particular item yeah i got this kid
[01:16:16.000 --> 01:16:17.600]  interest is hereby released
[01:16:17.600 --> 01:16:27.760] on on the lean holder first lean secured party no no no wait wait wait i'm not talking about
[01:16:27.760 --> 01:16:34.960] lean holder the the state holds a claim against it but they don't really call it a lean
[01:16:37.200 --> 01:16:43.360] their claim is called a title and we're about to go to break i'll go to that when we come back on

[01:19:41.120 --> 01:19:46.720] okay we are back randy counten debbie steven daddy craig with our radio
[01:19:46.720 --> 01:19:58.960] radio and we're going to anana mouse in north america hello mr anana mouse okay my question
[01:20:00.240 --> 01:20:09.920] is goes to tidal and for me this was an interesting study because it took a while for me to understand
[01:20:09.920 --> 01:20:19.760] that title was a lien against the property if the bank has a claim against your property they'll
[01:20:19.760 --> 01:20:28.800] file it as a lien but if the state has a claim against your property they will call it a title
[01:20:28.800 --> 01:20:42.240] so my question is how does the state have a claim against my private conveyance
[01:20:46.480 --> 01:20:53.920] and you're taking taking on this issue what is your purpose
[01:20:53.920 --> 01:20:58.160]  you travel exclusively
[01:21:02.320 --> 01:21:09.120] what does that mean you travel exclusively exclusively outside any taxable privilege
[01:21:09.840 --> 01:21:19.440] okay i as far as i can tell the right to travel is a totally different issue from
[01:21:19.440 --> 01:21:28.880] um title on the automobile and it's a credit um credit union first skin party
[01:21:30.240 --> 01:21:39.200] okay that's a lien that's a different kind of claim uh let me back up to kind of how
[01:21:39.200 --> 01:21:46.480] see if i can find a way to make this make more sense but let's go to property when we talk about
[01:21:46.480 --> 01:21:55.680] our loyal title or land patent as i understand it and i'm sure if to somebody out there who's
[01:21:55.680 --> 01:22:02.880] familiar with this you correct me if i'm wrong but but for instance taxes taxes was a sovereign
[01:22:02.880 --> 01:22:13.600] nation and when taxes kicked santa anna out of uh this part of the country and took it away from
[01:22:13.600 --> 01:22:20.560] mexico and called it texas for those people who assisted in the
[01:22:23.680 --> 01:22:30.400] gaining the independence the state granted a whole a great number of land patents
[01:22:32.000 --> 01:22:40.000] and where they didn't grant land patents they sold the property to the citizens
[01:22:40.000 --> 01:22:47.440] but most of the citizens didn't have the money to pay for the property so they issued a title to
[01:22:47.440 --> 01:22:57.600] the property and the title was a lien to be held by the state until the property was paid for
[01:22:57.600 --> 01:23:07.280] what's the property was paid for then the person would receive a patent to go on the land so the
[01:23:07.280 --> 01:23:18.000] title on the property was a lien and now okay most of the people who got who the titles on the
[01:23:18.000 --> 01:23:26.000] property paid off property didn't go down to the land to the patent office in austin and bring
[01:23:26.000 --> 01:23:36.160] forward the patent so now we go to automobiles the state issues a title on the automobile
[01:23:36.160 --> 01:23:45.920] and i'm going to say wait a minute wait a minute where does the state secure a claim
[01:23:45.920 --> 01:23:54.880] against the property so that instead of me when i go down to the dealership and i buy a brand new
[01:23:55.600 --> 01:24:04.880] automobile like a vehicle like i did my avalanche i bought a brand new once i paid it off i should
[01:24:04.880 --> 01:24:11.360] have gotten a bill of sale if i go buy a lawn mower and i pay for it i'll get a bill of sale
[01:24:12.240 --> 01:24:23.120]  if i go buy a tractor and i pay for it i'll get a bill of sale a mobile home a travel trailer i'll
[01:24:23.120 --> 01:24:37.200] get a bill of sale wife when i buy a motorized conveyance do i get a title instead of a bill of
[01:24:37.200 --> 01:24:50.320] sale can you answer that anonymous i think they're using professionally crafted language to
[01:24:50.320 --> 01:25:00.640]  extort now that's that's that's a general accusation this is not professionally crafted
[01:25:00.640 --> 01:25:08.800] language this is law title has a meaning and it appears as though title has a couple of different
[01:25:08.800 --> 01:25:19.760] meanings a title when it applies to property and and and this is the same with property if you can
[01:25:19.760 --> 01:25:30.720] remove the title that is a lean the state claims against the property if you remove the title
[01:25:30.720 --> 01:25:40.320] then you go to land patent and the state has no power to assess taxes against the property
[01:25:43.520 --> 01:25:51.280] but that's a that's somewhat different you know in all other items that i purchase other than
[01:25:51.280 --> 01:25:59.760] property property is kind of unique because it never goes out of existence most everything
[01:25:59.760 --> 01:26:11.120] else goes out of existence if i buy if i purchase a travel trailer now it's kind of like my house
[01:26:11.120 --> 01:26:20.640] except i can move it around if i buy a house i get a title on it if i buy a travel trailer
[01:26:20.640 --> 01:26:29.920] or i get a bill of sale if i buy a bag of peanuts i get a receipt which is a bill of sale everything
[01:26:29.920 --> 01:26:39.360] i buy i get a bill of sale for except for my property and my conveyance
[01:26:39.360 --> 01:26:50.560] how does that work how does the state get a claim against a piece of machinery
[01:26:55.120 --> 01:26:55.760]  then number
[01:26:57.440 --> 01:27:05.200] yeah no no no okay they got a then number but how do they get to that that's just an
[01:27:05.200 --> 01:27:17.360] identification number how does the state maintain the a lean against my property
[01:27:20.800 --> 01:27:23.840]  that's not that's something that i've never had explained
[01:27:23.840 --> 01:27:36.240] and the title is a lean the title of property is absolutely a lean you go back to the history
[01:27:36.240 --> 01:27:44.560] that's exactly what it was it was the state had a lean against your property so how does the state
[01:27:44.560 --> 01:27:56.800] get a lean against my automobile how do you get rid of the state lean yeah this is if we're gonna
[01:27:58.000 --> 01:28:04.640] fix this problem we have to first figure out what the problem is and and i'll i'm okay i have to

[01:28:14.240 --> 01:28:26.160] understand but from the engineering side of my persona in order to find an answer i first have
[01:28:26.160 --> 01:28:33.680] to know what the right question is and we've had a i've heard a lot of people talk about this
[01:28:34.560 --> 01:28:42.160] automobile title issue if we're gonna address it first we have to understand what it is
[01:28:42.160 --> 01:28:53.040] this how does the state the crew authority to make a claim against my personal property
[01:28:55.440 --> 01:29:04.560] my house and my the land it's on is real property my private conveyance is personal property
[01:29:04.560 --> 01:29:15.840] now most all of my personal property my furniture my bass boat that's if i don't have a best boat

[01:29:24.160 --> 01:29:36.880] it so how are those things different than this piece of steel with a motor in it that moves itself
[01:29:36.880 --> 01:29:51.040] around where does the state get a adjudicatable interest in that personal property hang on anonymous

[01:32:43.920 --> 01:32:49.520] and we're talking to anonymous in texas no in north america
[01:32:49.520 --> 01:32:56.000]  and uh i i didn't mean to distract you but
[01:32:58.000 --> 01:33:05.120] if we're going to take on an issue we we have to start from the beginning and and a lot of people
[01:33:05.120 --> 01:33:14.640] who have addressed this issue seem to be starting from the middle uh if i understood your issue
[01:33:14.640 --> 01:33:21.920] from the beginning you were addressing the state's claim against your private property
[01:33:22.800 --> 01:33:24.080]  am i right about that
[01:33:26.880 --> 01:33:27.600]  okay hold on
[01:33:31.200 --> 01:33:37.280] pass to the statute okay okay okay hold on i i'm sorry you were muted i just got your unmuted
[01:33:37.280 --> 01:33:46.720] okay start again the statute is the lean which is an apple to hold to people it's
[01:33:46.720 --> 01:33:55.520] apple okay whoa hold on hold on the statute what statute the statute is the lean on the title
[01:33:57.040 --> 01:33:59.200] what statute is the lean on the title
[01:33:59.200 --> 01:34:10.000] um it's got a barcode with the statute the barcode is attached to the statute
[01:34:12.000 --> 01:34:18.240]  i don't know what you're talking about well on the it's a total total lean one and it's
[01:34:18.240 --> 01:34:26.000] got a barcode the barcode is also the statute okay no the barcode is not a statute the barcode
[01:34:26.000 --> 01:34:34.000] is a barcode and the statute is a law what is the law the barcode is attached it's an attachment
[01:34:34.000 --> 01:34:50.720] to the statute what statute statute 1688 1688 and okay what wait okay hold on 1688 what code is that
[01:34:50.720 --> 01:34:58.960] in is that federal state if it's state what state minnesota statute oh minnesota okay
[01:35:01.520 --> 01:35:08.880] okay that minnesota general statutes minnesota statute 1688 and then the space in 10
[01:35:10.880 --> 01:35:16.480] space 10 okay what does this state this statute say
[01:35:16.480 --> 01:35:27.920]  uh i don't know offhand i don't have a new company okay uh i'm i'm kind of being particular here
[01:35:29.120 --> 01:35:33.760] there are a lot of shows out here that address general issues and general wrongs
[01:35:34.880 --> 01:35:43.280] we're more focused on statute and you know specifically rule of law we don't know what
[01:35:43.280 --> 01:35:52.640] the law is we don't know where we're at and you're saying there's a minnesota statute that
[01:35:53.440 --> 01:35:57.760]  addresses a title on a
[01:36:00.800 --> 01:36:06.720] private conveyance on a motorized piece of equipment that's only if you exercise the statute
[01:36:06.720 --> 01:36:15.600] okay say that again i miss part of that that's only if you exercise the statute what does that mean
[01:36:15.600 --> 01:36:24.480] exercise the statute well it's uh they use some professional crafted language to be the
[01:36:24.480 --> 01:36:32.320] pick the one and they use the other cash in on it okay you are being very vague i don't know
[01:36:32.320 --> 01:36:42.240] what you're talking about well and something you can explain now straight out okay okay say that again
[01:36:43.360 --> 01:36:53.760] i'll try to okay run that by me again what you just said close basically i'm not exercising the
[01:36:53.760 --> 01:37:05.760] statute of privilege i just want to build a sale burn a title and make my own title okay okay back
[01:37:05.760 --> 01:37:13.840] to exercising the statute i don't know what the statute says yet so i don't know what that means
[01:37:13.840 --> 01:37:23.040] but i i take it from you're saying that exercising the statute by exercising the statute does that
[01:37:23.040 --> 01:37:33.520] mean that you would operate this motorized piece of equipment in commerce for hire that's what they're
[01:37:33.520 --> 01:37:40.320] trying to uh assign to you that's why they won't give you a bill of sale wait a minute you're not
[01:37:40.320 --> 01:37:46.240] assigned wait a minute wait what is assigned to you i'm back in the paddle they're trying to
[01:37:46.240 --> 01:37:52.160] make an assignment for the new owner and i'm not interested in taking on an assignment
[01:37:52.160 --> 01:37:55.840] wait a minute i don't know what you're talking about that didn't answer my question you answered
[01:37:55.840 --> 01:38:02.000] a different question than what i asked what does exercise the statute mean
[01:38:04.000 --> 01:38:10.080] does that mean that you it's leason leason's privilege to use their uh roads
[01:38:11.120 --> 01:38:21.600] listen we cannot move the courts we cannot change things unless we have something that's
[01:38:21.600 --> 01:38:31.680] cogent and coherent i have no idea what you're talking about i ask you a question and you
[01:38:32.320 --> 01:38:40.640] you throw out these words that have no referential index at all i have no idea what you're talking
[01:38:40.640 --> 01:38:48.800] about now i'm trying to just kind of figure out how to travel unencumbered there we go okay now
[01:38:48.800 --> 01:38:58.480] that's where i wanted to go travel unencumbered and this the statute you have 158a uh based on
[01:38:58.480 --> 01:39:06.800] what you told me i got the impression that went to uh commerce that went to commercial code
[01:39:06.800 --> 01:39:20.880] if you take a vehicle or a motorized conveyance and you operate it for the purpose of generating
[01:39:21.440 --> 01:39:29.120] income by transporting porting persons or property i assured them that i was not doing that
[01:39:29.120 --> 01:39:38.400] well do you understand the concept of referential index
[01:39:41.600 --> 01:39:51.280] not really okay i have no idea what that referred to you assured who of what when and where
[01:39:51.280 --> 01:39:59.360] well they are trying to assign the new owner they hold on hold stop stop try this as an exercise
[01:40:00.320 --> 01:40:05.680] use no pronouns no adverbs
[01:40:08.640 --> 01:40:17.040] they just first just avoid pronouns they i don't know who they was and since i don't know who they
[01:40:17.040 --> 01:40:27.920] was they lacks referential index i don't know what they refers to dealership okay okay okay i'm not
[01:40:27.920 --> 01:40:35.600] being difficult or facetious but in order to really be clear about what we're saying if you're
[01:40:35.600 --> 01:40:44.880] dealing with lawyers lawyers i think they take courses in how to misconstrue every word you say
[01:40:44.880 --> 01:40:56.800] what i write legal documents i never use acronyms i never use pronouns i never say he she the um they
[01:40:58.000 --> 01:41:05.680] i always state the person individual so that the lawyer who reads it cannot misconstrue
[01:41:05.680 --> 01:41:17.600] so that that's why i'm picking on the unambiguous yes we wanted unambiguous if i'm talking about
[01:41:17.600 --> 01:41:26.720] joe smough i'm not going to say he i'm going to say joe smough so there's no way the other side
[01:41:26.720 --> 01:41:39.200] can say oh i thought he was talking about jim slim okay so in minnesota you you go to a dealer you
[01:41:39.200 --> 01:41:50.720] you purchase a piece of personal property and this personal property happens to have a motor in it
[01:41:50.720 --> 01:42:01.200] and is capable of propelling itself back south i don't know yeah and because that particular
[01:42:01.200 --> 01:42:04.560] piece of personal property is capable of propelling itself
[01:42:07.120 --> 01:42:12.160] it somehow doesn't get a bill sale but it gets a title
[01:42:12.160 --> 01:42:25.360] so the question becomes how does the state accrue a lien against that piece of personal property
[01:42:30.000 --> 01:42:32.080] is that where we were going to start with
[01:42:32.080 --> 01:42:44.720] yes this is how we we dig our way under this thing and i'm afraid we're going to run out
[01:42:44.720 --> 01:42:51.040] of time we're going to our last second and this was a good conversation i did appreciate this
[01:42:51.040 --> 01:42:58.640] because the hardest thing to do is isolate our arguments down through the the salient
[01:42:58.640 --> 01:43:07.920] uh pieces of the argument that made that matter when we speak to an argument in vague generalities
[01:43:07.920 --> 01:43:14.480] we never do get to the specifics and in law we absolutely have to get very specific
[01:43:15.360 --> 01:43:22.640] these lawyers will twist and turn everything we say and turn it into something else okay this is
[01:43:22.640 --> 01:43:31.280] su randy kelton Denver steven teddy craig rule of law radio god john fred i see you we will
[01:43:32.480 --> 01:43:38.640] try to get you when we come back on the other side frank hang on we'll be right back this
[01:43:39.520 --> 01:43:45.280] uh i call in number is five one through six four six nineteen eighty four but we're probably
[01:43:45.280 --> 01:43:54.640] going to run out of time we've got one more second left uh so we'll be right back
[01:44:00.240 --> 01:44:06.000] it is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM but finding things on the internet isn't so easy
[01:44:06.000 --> 01:44:10.400] and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with oh well i guess you haven't heard
[01:44:10.400 --> 01:44:16.320] of brave new books then brave new books yes brave new books has all the books and DVDs you're looking

[01:46:26.400 --> 01:46:42.320]  do
[01:46:46.080 --> 01:46:52.720] okay we are back randy counten and season steady quake rule our radio and anonymous i i didn't
[01:46:52.720 --> 01:47:03.680] mean to be difficult but if we're going to address an issue we have to exercise a considerable amount
[01:47:03.680 --> 01:47:09.840] of personal self discipline and i'm in researching this and dealing with these issues all the time
[01:47:09.840 --> 01:47:16.400] there's there are a few key elements that have come across that will help us to focus and one of them
[01:47:16.400 --> 01:47:30.000] is never use pronouns never use acronyms and be real careful to frame our issue
[01:47:32.160 --> 01:47:40.080] we need to know exactly what we're trying to achieve if you don't know where you're going
[01:47:40.080 --> 01:47:47.120] you can be absolutely sure that you will wind up somewhere else so in this issue
[01:47:48.800 --> 01:47:55.120] i take it you are you want to be able to travel without interference
[01:47:57.280 --> 01:48:04.720] i hope that issue is important to you because right now with the state of the art
[01:48:04.720 --> 01:48:13.120] that is a very difficult issue to win and has nothing to do with law has to do with politics
[01:48:13.120 --> 01:48:20.800] and money we're in a recession we're in a serious recession the states and municipalities
[01:48:20.800 --> 01:48:32.400] are very short on funds and the traffic laws are a very lucrative source of an unauthorized tax
[01:48:32.400 --> 01:48:40.320] and when you start interfering with their ability to collect any legal tax these public officials who
[01:48:40.320 --> 01:48:46.880] want to get a raise every year are going to get very excited and they will take your tax money
[01:48:47.680 --> 01:48:55.520] and beat you up with it by paying their attorneys to violate every rule every law that comes in front
[01:48:55.520 --> 01:49:04.080] of them in order to beat you on this issue and if you if this is important enough to you because
[01:49:04.080 --> 01:49:10.880] i assure you this will be a very difficult battle i've done it before i made my own title and want
[01:49:10.880 --> 01:49:20.640] the jail for it 31 days they dropped charges okay then did you file suit against them for
[01:49:20.640 --> 01:49:32.880] false imprisonment no i was trying to get the course on how to sue that be my next
[01:49:34.800 --> 01:49:41.440] and there were no one okay okay there's a there's a relatively simple way to do that and
[01:49:43.840 --> 01:49:47.520] if if your voice is any indication you're kind of like me
[01:49:47.520 --> 01:49:52.240] me you were probably born in the first half of the last century
[01:49:53.680 --> 01:50:00.080] um what we need you and i need our 10 year olds to explain the new technology to us
[01:50:01.680 --> 01:50:10.800] but the new technology is incredibly powerful the first suit i ever helped anybody file on
[01:50:10.800 --> 01:50:20.320] a foreclosure issue i was just starting research and i had a friend who was going to an eviction
[01:50:20.320 --> 01:50:26.720] hearing and he needed a suit to file to stop him so i went on the internet and did a few searches
[01:50:26.720 --> 01:50:33.040] and pulled down a bunch of stuff and stuck it together and sent it to him he filed it he's
[01:50:33.040 --> 01:50:42.640] still in his house and that was four years ago if you want to fight this issue the internet
[01:50:42.640 --> 01:50:51.280] is an incredible resource the internet is the equalizer that is the thing that has
[01:50:51.920 --> 01:50:58.240] done more than anything else to take power away from the elite and put it in the hand of the people
[01:50:58.240 --> 01:51:07.360] if you're going to fight this issue just get on the internet and do searches for right to travel
[01:51:09.200 --> 01:51:19.360] and look at the the hits that you get and you will find phrases that lead you to more specific
[01:51:19.360 --> 01:51:31.280] issues but the problem is is this is something that's so entrenched that it'll take a long time
[01:51:31.280 --> 01:51:39.360] to win this fight i'm going to suggest that we don't have the tools we need to win the fight with
[01:51:39.360 --> 01:51:49.200] yet have you ever been in the military no okay well i'm a combat veteran and
[01:51:50.960 --> 01:51:56.160] something about combat you know you can't lose i mean you lose a little bit but
[01:51:57.120 --> 01:52:03.680] if the huge and kill you it's this over if you go into a battle and you lose big time and
[01:52:03.680 --> 01:52:11.440] and they kill everybody that goes in that's not a good strategy it's okay to lose a scrimmage
[01:52:12.400 --> 01:52:22.560] or a skirmish but you have to pick your battles very carefully you don't pick a battle just
[01:52:22.560 --> 01:52:30.480] because you can win it you pick the battle you want to fight because it will lead you toward
[01:52:30.480 --> 01:52:36.880] your intended outcome so you pick them very carefully and before you go into a battle
[01:52:37.440 --> 01:52:45.600] you make sure you have all the resources you need to win it and i think we are in this as
[01:52:45.600 --> 01:52:54.720] concerns the right to travel issue we're still in that stage of creating the resources we need to
[01:52:54.720 --> 01:53:07.840] win to win that battle it's not about law we can read the code and the code says absolutely
[01:53:08.400 --> 01:53:18.720] you are right problem is this issue generates so much revenue
[01:53:18.720 --> 01:53:28.880] that they don't care so how do we get past that what we're looking to do here in texas
[01:53:29.680 --> 01:53:33.760] is this is we have an election coming up and then we'll go into an election
[01:53:33.760 --> 01:53:42.240] to a legislative session with a lot of new legislators we've been looking for quite a
[01:53:42.240 --> 01:53:54.640] while for the most powerful tool we can generate without the legislature realizing what we're doing
[01:53:56.960 --> 01:54:04.800] and what we're looking to get implemented here is a statute that would require a grand jury
[01:54:04.800 --> 01:54:13.200] to meet at least once a month for the purpose of hearing criminal complaints by private citizens
[01:54:16.240 --> 01:54:23.520] now we go to the legislature and we say look we don't care if nobody shows up in 99 percent
[01:54:23.520 --> 01:54:31.600] of the time nobody will so the grand jury won't have anything extra to do uh they have to meet
[01:54:31.600 --> 01:54:38.160] anyway at least once a month so if they open your meeting and they say is there anyone here from the
[01:54:38.160 --> 01:54:44.960] public that has an issue they would like to bring to the grand jury and 99 percent of the time is
[01:54:44.960 --> 01:54:51.040] going to be nobody there and they're just going about the business that's not the purpose the
[01:54:51.040 --> 01:54:57.520] purpose is is the police officer who went out with his buddies last night and had a little too much
[01:54:57.520 --> 01:55:04.880] to drink got home at three in the morning mama is not happy with him at all he he wakes up with a
[01:55:04.880 --> 01:55:11.680] hangover he's late for work the sergeant's on his behind and he pulls me over and i'm my usual
[01:55:11.680 --> 01:55:18.960] obnoxious and demanding self and he is not in a good mood he feels like crap and he decides
[01:55:18.960 --> 01:55:27.440] that he wants to do one of these attitude arrests if he has to consider well if i do this
[01:55:27.440 --> 01:55:36.720] attitude arrest what if this jerk goes to the grand jury next month and tells them what i just
[01:55:36.720 --> 01:55:45.200] did what are they going to think about this we don't care if anybody ever goes to the grand jury
[01:55:46.000 --> 01:55:52.960] the very fact that it's there would help to protect this officer from losing his position
[01:55:52.960 --> 01:56:02.480] by doing something careless okay that's a song of that susser down your pants that would give to
[01:56:02.480 --> 01:56:14.240] the legislators what we really want is to be able to induce a public official into violating one of
[01:56:14.240 --> 01:56:19.520] our rights and then run down to the grand jury and see if we can't get him indicted
[01:56:19.520 --> 01:56:27.520] generally doesn't matter if we get him indicted or not just the threat of being indicted will
[01:56:27.520 --> 01:56:36.080] terrify them now we have a tool to work with and there are a couple of other tools that we're
[01:56:36.080 --> 01:56:42.560] working on but before we take on a battle that we're not going to win you're not going to win this
[01:56:42.560 --> 01:56:50.320] battle you know i hate to say this but you're not going to win this battle too much money
[01:56:51.520 --> 01:56:58.320] involved against you all you're gonna do is get beat up if you want to be a real combatant let's
[01:56:58.320 --> 01:57:07.600] back up and let's lay the groundwork so that once we get the tools in place then we can come back
[01:57:07.600 --> 01:57:16.640] and instead of appealing an improper action by a public official to an oversight agency who's only
[01:57:16.640 --> 01:57:23.280] there to protect the public officials we appeal their bad behavior directly to a grand jury that
[01:57:23.280 --> 01:57:36.000] will change everything does that make sense yes it does now so my suggestion is don't get yourself
[01:57:36.000 --> 01:57:45.120] put in jail again over a battle you can't win at this point gotcha let's back up let's get meaner
[01:57:46.640 --> 01:57:53.040] one thing i learned in combat is you really gotta be mean you gotta be devious and you gotta be
[01:57:53.040 --> 01:58:00.560] willing to set things up take your time take your punishment your time is right and then
[01:58:00.560 --> 01:58:07.520] hammer them when you have them in the place that you want them frank fred i'm sorry we didn't get
