[06:07.520 --> 06:16.520]  We will basically, I'm going to ask some questions. I think of Randy, possibly that he, about potential recourse in West Virginia.
[06:16.520 --> 06:25.520]  But I want to mention first that the vaccine issue is pregnant in essence in every state.
[06:25.520 --> 06:32.520]  The vaccine laws slowly but surely over the last decade or two or three have been more and more restrictive.
[06:32.520 --> 06:47.520]  California just passed a law that is, will allow kids a 12 year old or older to without parental consent to get STD vaccines, STD related vaccines.
[06:47.520 --> 07:07.520]  A law was passed in Washington not long ago, a couple of years ago that allows, I'm sorry, that requires a physician's signature for a religious exemption to vaccines, which is patently preposterous obviously and yet they're doing it.
[07:07.520 --> 07:17.520]  And New York tried to pass a law. Fortunately, it failed in committee two years ago. Of course, we'd expect it to come back pretty quick, possibly hidden in other legislation.
[07:17.520 --> 07:33.520]  But the law they tried to pass was kind of similar to the one in, they have one in Indiana like this as well, where 12 year old kids and up, if they are shown to be infected with an STD,
[07:33.520 --> 07:40.520]  can without parental consent or any other authority can be vaccinated by doctors.
[07:40.520 --> 07:59.520]  If the same kids have been exposed, not even infected but suspected of being exposed to an STD, they can then request at their own accord without parental consent or notification to be vaccinated.
[07:59.520 --> 08:19.520]  Last week, the U.S. District of Northern Ohio basically decided, gave the opinion that a mere, and I put that in quotes, and that is exactly what the judge said, a mere assertion of a religious belief,
[08:19.520 --> 08:40.520]  in essence, doesn't trump herd immunity. That's basically what he was saying, because the underpinning of all these vaccine laws is the swallow of the myth that vaccines protect the community from infectious disease
[08:40.520 --> 08:54.520]  and that the more people that are vaccinated, the better the protection. So this judge basically came out verbatim and said that herd immunity, the greater good, if you will, from their perspective,
[08:54.520 --> 09:12.520]  Trump's the first amendment, in essence, Trump's religious exemption. That was an opinion in Ohio. In New Jersey, they have a bill that is also getting ready to further restrict the religious exemption that exists in New Jersey
[09:12.520 --> 09:32.520]  by also requiring a doctor to sign off on a religious exemption to vaccines. So this is happening all around us slowly but surely. But let's get to the major point and the reason that I asked to speak today was West Virginia.
[09:32.520 --> 09:50.520]  West Virginia, the parents in West Virginia started lobbying months ago for a non medical exemption. West Virginia has only a medical exemption for vaccines. There's only two states in which that's the case, West Virginia and Mississippi.
[09:50.520 --> 10:06.520]  One major problem is that in West Virginia, many or most of the parents that actually obtain a bona fide authorized, duly signed medical exemption do not have those exemptions honored when it comes down to it.
[10:06.520 --> 10:22.520]  When the rubber meets the road and they take their kids in and say we are not going to vaccinate, the public health department is not accepting their own duly legislated exemption, the medical exemption, and are forcing the kids to get vaccinated anyway.
[10:22.520 --> 10:36.520]  Well, the parents are trying to add a non medical, in this case a religious exemption, partly based on the fact that 48 of the states have them. So it must be pretty well agreed upon and be the logical philosophical thing to do.
[10:36.520 --> 10:58.520]  That's pending. Meanwhile, about three or four years ago, the vaccine industry, I guess through the West Virginia Department of Public Health, tried to get the legislature to add a few more vaccines to the already existing requirements for public school attendance.
[10:58.520 --> 11:10.520]  And I have to point out right here that in West Virginia as well, this may be one of the few states or even the only state where there's applies, their statutes apply to homeschoolers as well.
[11:10.520 --> 11:20.520]  Most states, they don't. If you're homeschool, you can stay free of the mandates for vaccination. In West Virginia, they apply to homeschoolers and in West Virginia, this is for sure.
[11:20.520 --> 11:28.520]  That's the only state where each missed vaccine is a misdemeanor charge and a $50 fine.
[11:28.520 --> 11:46.520]  So back to the legislature a few years ago, when the legislature was approached, I guess were provided a bill to add vaccines to the existing schedule, they turned it down. They rejected it.
[11:46.520 --> 11:56.520]  So over the last couple of years, the Department of Public Health has simply used their supposed regulatory powers and added it themselves.
[11:56.520 --> 12:16.520]  And this year, as we speak, starting with the last two to three weeks, there are kids in school, there are valedictorians and honor students in high school in West Virginia who are refusing to take the added vaccines based on the fact that the Public Health Department used the
[12:16.520 --> 12:34.520]  interpretive rule in West Virginia to add the vaccines. And the interpretive rule, which is in front of me apparently does not allow them to do that because there's a penalty associated in this case with the change they made, which was to add the vaccines,
[12:34.520 --> 13:01.520]  because if you missed the vaccines, then the parents are open to penalty to $50 fine to misdemeanor charges. So what I'm calling about is to see whether or not there may be a possibility for criminal charges against these public officials who are illegally forcing these vaccines down these kids' throats.
[13:01.520 --> 13:12.520]  Yes, well, first thought is this sounds like an act of sedition against the legislature.
[13:12.520 --> 13:36.520]  The 1789 Alien Substitutions Act made it a crime to attempt to thwart the intent of the legislature. In this case, it's not the suppression of a law, but the enforcement of a law that the legislature indicated did not intend to be enforced by not passing it.
[13:36.520 --> 13:43.520]  Okay, so you're doing the rejection of the law as in essence a positive event?
[13:43.520 --> 13:52.520]  It's an assertion by the legislature that they did not intend that these immunizations be required.
[13:52.520 --> 13:57.520]  So Randy, are you saying that this is actually a federal crime?
[13:57.520 --> 14:11.520]  I'm saying this is sedition against the state constitution. But the Sedition of Aliens and Seditions Act didn't differentiate between state and federal.
[14:11.520 --> 14:13.520]  And is that a federal act?
[14:13.520 --> 14:27.520]  Yeah, 1789. That's what I was asking. It's a federal crime. And always take the state to the fed, the fed to the state.
[14:27.520 --> 14:39.520]  So you take the state to the fed, it is absolutely a violation of the Ku Klux Klan Act.
[14:39.520 --> 14:54.520]  Most people, when they hear the Ku Klux Klan Act, they think of 42 U.S. Code 1983, which allows you to sue a public official if they exert a report to exert an authority they do not expressly have.
[14:54.520 --> 14:59.520]  But that's the second part of the Ku Klux Klan Act.
[14:59.520 --> 15:16.520]  The first part of the Ku Klux Klan Act was codified into 18 U.S. Code 242, which makes it a crime for a public official to exert or purport to exert an authority they do not expressly have.
[15:16.520 --> 15:26.520]  And most every state in the union has a state statute that reflects 18 U.S. Code 242.
[15:26.520 --> 15:35.520]  Okay, is there a particular nomenclature for the place you look in West Virginia? What section of the code?
[15:35.520 --> 15:47.520]  You asked the right question. Yes, there is. It's called either official misconduct or official oppression. In Texas, we have both.
[15:47.520 --> 15:59.520]  Official misconduct is when a public official abuses his office, but does not necessarily interfere with the rights of the citizen in the process.
[15:59.520 --> 16:15.520]  We also have a statute for official oppression, where if a public official exerts a report to exert an authority he doesn't expressly have, or fails to perform a duty he is required to perform,
[16:15.520 --> 16:25.520]  and in the process denies a citizen in the full and free access to or enjoyment of right, then that's the class A misdemeanor here.
[16:25.520 --> 16:37.520]  Every state will have something similar. Most states, it's sufficient misconduct. It all trapped under the one statute, and that's kind of a catch-all.
[16:37.520 --> 16:47.520]  We can always go after him for that, but we made an assertion against the judge recently for sedition, and he changed his opinion really fast.

[20:00.520 --> 20:09.520]  And apparently what the situation is, the legislature of West Virginia has refused to enact law,
[20:09.520 --> 20:17.520]  refused to pass statute requiring people to vaccinate or vaccinate their children.
[20:17.520 --> 20:29.520]  However, the bureaucrats have taken it upon themselves in the state of West Virginia to require and force people to do this anyway
[20:29.520 --> 20:38.520]  under something called an interpretive rule, which is a bureaucratic rulemaking authority by this bureaucratic agency.
[20:38.520 --> 20:45.520]  However, this bureaucratic agency under the rulemaking authority under the interpretive rule,
[20:45.520 --> 20:56.520]  they do not have the authority to enact rules or pass rules if there is a criminal penalty.
[20:56.520 --> 20:59.520]  And this is where the rubber meets the road.
[20:59.520 --> 21:08.520]  This is where the rub is because in the state of West Virginia there are apparently some misdemeanor penalties.
[21:08.520 --> 21:19.520]  And so there are lawsuits involved and that's what's going on where we are working it out here regarding what we're going to do about this,
[21:19.520 --> 21:21.520]  what these people are going to do about this.
[21:21.520 --> 21:31.520]  I say criminal charges, civil lawsuits, take it to them, every which way we can, every which way from Sunday, state lawsuits,
[21:31.520 --> 21:39.520]  state criminal charges, federal lawsuits, federal criminal charges, any which way we can socket to them because this is ridiculous.
[21:39.520 --> 21:42.520]  I mean, honestly, I'm digressing here a little bit.
[21:42.520 --> 21:44.520]  I can't even believe we're talking about this.
[21:44.520 --> 21:57.520]  I can't even believe that we are having to talk about this on the air right now on Radio Show that there is a government entity anywhere in this country,
[21:57.520 --> 22:06.520]  which our forefathers fought and died for, that are forcing people to stick needles in their arms and stick needles in their children's arms.
[22:06.520 --> 22:10.520]  I mean, this is absolutely, it's just off the charts.
[22:10.520 --> 22:12.520]  It is just absolutely outrageous.
[22:12.520 --> 22:22.520]  Okay, the government has no business forcing people to put anything in their body or prohibiting people from putting anything in their body.
[22:22.520 --> 22:24.520]  All right, that's all I got to say.
[22:24.520 --> 22:26.520]  Sean, please break it down.
[22:26.520 --> 22:29.520]  What is the deal in West Virginia with this interpretive rule?
[22:29.520 --> 22:31.520]  Okay, I'm going to quit ranting.
[22:31.520 --> 22:44.520]  Okay, let me just amend a tiny bit what you started out with, which was that there is indeed an existing body of law that does require, right later wrongly, vaccines.
[22:44.520 --> 22:57.520]  But it was a specific set of vaccines that the vaccine industry tried to add to the already existing list several years ago that was rejected by the state legislature.
[22:57.520 --> 23:01.520]  The interpretive rule is in front of me.
[23:01.520 --> 23:05.520]  I will read what apparently is the relevant sentence.
[23:05.520 --> 23:17.520]  An interpretive rule may not be relied upon to impose a civil or criminal sanction, nor to regulate private conduct or the exercise of private rights or privileges.
[23:17.520 --> 23:26.520]  Okay, obviously there are sanctions opposed here because if the people do not get the vaccines, then they are charged with misdemeanors
[23:26.520 --> 23:29.520]  and they are fined $50 a piece.
[23:29.520 --> 23:42.520]  The ideal interpretive rule is that they shouldn't have to go back and this sounds logical enough to the state legislature every time you want to make a rather insignificant change,
[23:42.520 --> 23:47.520]  like add a word here or there, something that doesn't change the basic thrust of the law.
[23:47.520 --> 23:49.520]  Well, this obviously does.
[23:49.520 --> 23:50.520]  It adds vaccines.
[23:50.520 --> 23:52.520]  It adds penalties, in essence.
[23:52.520 --> 23:56.520]  So that's the wording that I just read straight out of the statute I'm looking at it on the screen.
[23:56.520 --> 24:01.520]  Chapter 29A, State Administrative Procedures Act.
[24:01.520 --> 24:05.520]  So the upshot is these people, they're being charged.
[24:05.520 --> 24:10.520]  Kids at home, at home school in their houses are being charged.
[24:10.520 --> 24:16.520]  The state public health department is threatening child abuse charges.
[24:16.520 --> 24:25.520]  They're basically threatening to bring in CPS into the deal, which potentially could have the kids taken away.
[24:25.520 --> 24:30.520]  Some of these kids are high schoolers, like I said before, are honor roll students,
[24:30.520 --> 24:37.520]  but they're wise enough, old enough to realize that they're facing a situation that they shouldn't have to face,
[24:37.520 --> 24:42.520]  that it's bad enough that the laws that do exist.
[24:42.520 --> 24:48.520]  But in this case, the interpretive rule were illegally added to the schedule,
[24:48.520 --> 24:52.520]  and these kids are 18 years old and they're saying, we're not going to do it.
[24:52.520 --> 24:56.520]  And the school is saying, you're coming out of school.
[24:56.520 --> 25:02.520]  They escort them out of school, and because of their supposed threat to the rest of the school community,
[25:02.520 --> 25:06.520]  because they haven't gotten these three vaccines, which is apparently absurd,
[25:06.520 --> 25:10.520]  they won't even let the kids go back to their classrooms.
[25:10.520 --> 25:16.520]  I mean, they're treated like pariahs, something like a corporate executive being fired
[25:16.520 --> 25:20.520]  and suddenly surrounded and escorted out the building. It's insane.
[25:20.520 --> 25:25.520]  But the point is, since these are public health officials, they're public officials,
[25:25.520 --> 25:34.520]  and they're acting outside the bounds of their authority, what are the recourses?
[25:34.520 --> 25:40.520]  So Randy, can you tell me where to look, and I'll speak to the folks in West Virginia,
[25:40.520 --> 25:44.520]  and there are ongoing lawsuits, by the way there, but this is a different approach.
[25:44.520 --> 25:53.520]  Yes, I'm looking through the West Virginia Code, and I'm finding references to misconduct.
[25:53.520 --> 26:00.520]  But I'm not finding, I have official misconduct defined.
[26:00.520 --> 26:08.520]  The term official misconduct means the wrongful exercise of a power or wrongful performance of a duty.
[26:08.520 --> 26:13.520]  The term wrongful is used in the definition of official misconduct,
[26:13.520 --> 26:19.520]  means unauthorized, unlawful, abusive, negligent, reckless, or injurious.
[26:19.520 --> 26:24.520]  But what I'm not finding is a statute by that man.
[26:24.520 --> 26:31.520]  But that's okay, because we're dealing with a federal constitutional issue here.
[26:31.520 --> 26:36.520]  And it goes to the First Amendment.
[26:36.520 --> 26:41.520]  I say First Amendment, and I'm afraid my companion Eric may be listening,
[26:41.520 --> 26:43.520]  and he'll get upset at me about that.
[26:43.520 --> 26:49.520]  There's only one amendment to the Constitution. This is the first article of the one amendment.
[26:49.520 --> 26:55.520]  But it's federal, and we can use 18 U.S. Code 242.
[26:55.520 --> 27:01.520]  But even going after these people, these are public officials.

[27:02.520 --> 27:10.520]  And there's something that the majority of the public tends not to understand.
[27:10.520 --> 27:13.520]  And that's sovereignty.
[27:13.520 --> 27:19.520]  We had someone call into the show once, and he said, Mr. Colton,
[27:19.520 --> 27:24.520]  how do you express your sovereignty?
[27:24.520 --> 27:33.520]  And I felt like we were being set up so he could postulate some personal position on the issue.
[27:33.520 --> 27:42.520]  And it wasn't really crazy about going there, so I told him, I act like one.
[27:42.520 --> 27:46.520]  Now, it's hard to get this across.
[27:46.520 --> 27:56.520]  And these public officials will do everything they can to hide this understanding from you.
[27:56.520 --> 28:03.520]  When you walk into a courthouse, you are the baddest motor scooter in the building.
[28:03.520 --> 28:09.520]  And you are the baddest motor scooter in the building because you are the sovereign.
[28:09.520 --> 28:15.520]  They know it, and they absolutely do not want you to know it.
[28:15.520 --> 28:21.520]  So what they do is hold out little red flags for you.
[28:21.520 --> 28:27.520]  This is how you go after us, and they send you down roads they want you to go down.
[28:27.520 --> 28:36.520]  Well, I'm going to suggest that we stop looking for technical statutory remedy.
[28:36.520 --> 28:46.520]  We're dealing with a very corrupt system, and everybody will protect everybody to whatever degree they can.
[28:46.520 --> 28:53.520]  And basically, my background is engineering.
[28:53.520 --> 28:58.520]  So we look at the parameters. We don't have an opinion about the parameters.
[28:58.520 --> 29:04.520]  This is how it works. We don't have to like how it works, but this is how it works.
[29:04.520 --> 29:11.520]  And we figure out how it works, and then rearrange the parameters to get the outcome that we want.
[29:11.520 --> 29:17.520]  In the real world we live in, everything is political.
[29:17.520 --> 29:22.520]  And all politics is local.
[29:22.520 --> 29:28.520]  These officials are doing this for some political reason.
[29:28.520 --> 29:36.520]  And it's most likely pressured by the drug companies. Lobbying money.
[29:36.520 --> 29:42.520]  Putting influence on higher level officials who are putting influence on lower level officials.
[29:42.520 --> 29:46.520]  Okay, that's okay. We can deal with that.

[33:17.520 --> 33:24.520]  And what I'm trying to demonstrate to people is we really have the power.

[33:26.520 --> 33:39.520]  And I suggested on the break, instead of going directly after the violations based on the limitations of the rulemaking power,
[33:39.520 --> 33:51.520]  we use that as cannon fodder, as a tool that will allow us to do something a whole lot more devious.
[33:51.520 --> 34:01.520]  Here we have these public officials in this public office collecting public money, violating public law.
[34:01.520 --> 34:07.520]  So we could go to the agency and use all of their procedures.
[34:07.520 --> 34:17.520]  They've got all of these administrative remedies that you can activate and all worthless.
[34:17.520 --> 34:20.520]  That's all these guys are gonna protect each other.
[34:20.520 --> 34:30.520]  The thing we need to understand is everything is political and all politics is local.
[34:30.520 --> 34:36.520]  So we need to figure out how to generate some local politics.
[34:36.520 --> 34:47.520]  Where can we find someone in a position of power and authority that will affect these people
[34:47.520 --> 34:56.520]  and do something to really piss him off at these people?
[34:56.520 --> 34:58.520]  This is how we do it.
[34:58.520 --> 35:04.520]  We take a complaint against these individuals.
[35:04.520 --> 35:11.520]  We write up an accusation that they are subverting law.
[35:11.520 --> 35:14.520]  Now, I suggested sedition.
[35:14.520 --> 35:21.520]  And I generally, this is something we suggest because there's no way we'll get these guys prosecuted for sedition,
[35:21.520 --> 35:24.520]  but we don't care.
[35:24.520 --> 35:28.520]  The courts are corrupt. They're absolutely corrupt.
[35:28.520 --> 35:33.520]  That's just a parameter.
[35:33.520 --> 35:35.520]  So we understand that going in.
[35:35.520 --> 35:39.520]  But the courts are also political.
[35:39.520 --> 35:46.520]  The higher up you are in any political hierarchy,
[35:46.520 --> 35:50.520]  the more people you have below you that want your position.
[35:50.520 --> 35:53.520]  This is a reality of the world we live in.
[35:53.520 --> 35:57.520]  It's crabs in a bucket, guys.
[35:57.520 --> 36:03.520]  Fill a bucket full of crabs, stick a stick in there where one can crawl out and watch what happens.
[36:03.520 --> 36:08.520]  As soon as one starts crawling out, the others grab him, drag him back and try to crawl over him and get out themselves.
[36:08.520 --> 36:10.520]  That's how it really works.
[36:10.520 --> 36:15.520]  Politics is doggy dog and they know it.
[36:15.520 --> 36:19.520]  So let's create a little politics.
[36:19.520 --> 36:23.520]  We take a complaint and you're the sovereign.
[36:23.520 --> 36:35.520]  So go to the highest judge you can find and file a criminal accusation against these people
[36:35.520 --> 36:41.520]  for exerting or purporting to exert an authority they do not have.
[36:41.520 --> 36:46.520]  And you're going to give it to this high level official and he's going to say,
[36:46.520 --> 36:49.520]  we want to do this to a judge primarily.
[36:49.520 --> 36:57.520]  And you go into a high level court and you will be amazed at how polite and professional they are.
[36:57.520 --> 36:59.520]  You go into these low level courts.
[36:59.520 --> 37:10.520]  We just had someone go into a court in Houston today and had him go to the head of security with a criminal complaint against the judge
[37:10.520 --> 37:14.520]  and tell head of security, we're going to go into a hearing here.
[37:14.520 --> 37:20.520]  And we have filed a removal to the federal court and this judge is going to try to hold court.
[37:20.520 --> 37:29.520]  And he is absolutely forbidden to do that by law and when he does, that's going to be a violation of 39.03 Texas penal code and we're going to ask you to arrest him.
[37:29.520 --> 37:35.520]  So the first thing he did is rounded the judge and told him and that's what we're wanting him to do.
[37:35.520 --> 37:38.520]  But the judge was not very smart.
[37:38.520 --> 37:48.520]  So the guy went into the courtroom and the judge told him that he did not appreciate being threatened with these criminal charges.
[37:48.520 --> 37:54.520]  And Renee told me that and I said, he did what?
[37:54.520 --> 37:59.520]  Is he out of his political mind?
[37:59.520 --> 38:12.520]  When you file criminal charges against these guys, one word to you, that's obstruction of justice tampering with a witness and those are felonies.
[38:12.520 --> 38:16.520]  This gets real ugly real fast.
[38:16.520 --> 38:20.520]  Now, we didn't intend for him to do something that stupid.
[38:20.520 --> 38:29.520]  What we intended to do is take a complaint against him to a higher level judge and ask a judge to arrest this judge.
[38:29.520 --> 38:33.520]  He's going to say, man, I don't arrest this judge.
[38:33.520 --> 38:34.520]  Let me look into it.
[38:34.520 --> 38:36.520]  We'll see what we can do.
[38:36.520 --> 38:45.520]  And then when he doesn't act exactly in accordance with law, then you go to a higher judge and file a criminal charge against this one.
[38:45.520 --> 38:48.520]  For not taking your charge against the other one.
[38:48.520 --> 38:52.520]  Now you got this high level judge saying, what in the heck is going on here?
[38:52.520 --> 39:02.520]  I have these guys trying to get me arrested because I wouldn't arrest you.
[39:02.520 --> 39:04.520]  Politics, it's all about politics.
[39:04.520 --> 39:09.520]  So let's look at the position these people are in.
[39:09.520 --> 39:13.520]  Who has oversight over them?
[39:13.520 --> 39:21.520]  And how can we get the guys who have oversight over them mad at them?
[39:21.520 --> 39:23.520]  Does this make sense?
[39:23.520 --> 39:24.520]  Yeah, it does.
[39:24.520 --> 39:33.520]  And basically, you're kind of talking about following the course that we were contemplating in the first place, but to different purpose.
[39:33.520 --> 39:34.520]  Yeah.
[39:34.520 --> 39:41.520]  Okay, the thing is, if you go in and you try to get these guys to do the right thing, they're going to do the wrong thing.
[39:41.520 --> 39:47.520]  And you're going to feel all defeated and betrayed and angry and frustrated.
[39:47.520 --> 39:49.520]  And I'm saying, hold on here.
[39:49.520 --> 39:52.520]  Let's not play checkers.
[39:52.520 --> 39:54.520]  Let's play chess.
[39:54.520 --> 40:02.520]  Let's only ask them to do something that we really don't want them to do.
[40:02.520 --> 40:11.520]  Because when they don't do it, we get to step over them and go kick somebody higher than them.
[40:11.520 --> 40:21.520]  And we go ask that guy to do something we don't want him to do so we can go over him to somebody higher than him and get him kicked.
[40:21.520 --> 40:34.520]  When your bosses, bosses, boss gets chewed out because of something that he didn't have anything to do with.
[40:34.520 --> 40:36.520]  And it came from down there.
[40:36.520 --> 40:40.520]  He is not going to care what those people did.
[40:40.520 --> 40:47.520]  All he's going to care about is I'm getting political flack here.
[40:47.520 --> 40:49.520]  And this is not my problem.
[40:49.520 --> 40:52.520]  You created this problem, you fixed this problem.
[40:52.520 --> 40:57.520]  So I don't know enough about Virginia law to take the exact steps.
[40:57.520 --> 41:02.520]  But if we understand this approach, let me give you an example.
[41:02.520 --> 41:14.520]  In Pennsylvania, the prosecuting attorney has prosecutorial authority to determine who to prosecute and who not to.
[41:14.520 --> 41:16.520]  He has first blush.
[41:16.520 --> 41:20.520]  And people find criminal complaints and prosecutors distrational.
[41:20.520 --> 41:22.520]  So we looked at it.
[41:22.520 --> 41:32.520]  And since the prosecutor has first blush, if the prosecutor refuses to prosecute, you can appeal to court of common please.
[41:32.520 --> 41:36.520]  So I said, okay, let's see how we can create a little politics here.
[41:36.520 --> 41:39.520]  We go in and file a complaint.
[41:39.520 --> 41:52.520]  And we want it to be relatively minor against the public official way to really get a public official's attention is to file against him for something he does all the time and doesn't expect it to come back at him.
[41:52.520 --> 41:56.520]  And when he does, it's just out of the clear blue sky.
[41:56.520 --> 41:59.520]  I asked someone to see some records.
[41:59.520 --> 42:02.520]  They say, well, why do you want to see those?
[42:02.520 --> 42:06.520]  It gets a 911 call.
[42:06.520 --> 42:09.520]  It's a technical violation of the statute.
[42:09.520 --> 42:11.520]  That's enough.
[42:11.520 --> 42:18.520]  And then the guy has to stand there while I'm arguing with the police officer on whether or not he's going to arrest this guy.
[42:18.520 --> 42:24.520]  And when the police officer doesn't, I go to his chief and try to get the chief to arrest him.
[42:24.520 --> 42:27.520]  And we walk it up the line.
[42:27.520 --> 42:38.520]  Here, we want to find the highest level person we can and since this is a apparently is this a state agency?
[42:38.520 --> 42:40.520]  I believe so.
[42:40.520 --> 42:41.520]  Okay.
[42:41.520 --> 42:44.520]  Then we want to go to the highest level courts.
[42:44.520 --> 42:45.520]  You are the sovereign.
[42:45.520 --> 42:56.520]  You can walk, take a, you know, every in every state, every judge is also a magistrate and a magistrate only has three things he can do.
[42:56.520 --> 42:58.520]  He can marry people.
[42:58.520 --> 43:00.520]  The judges never marry people.
[43:00.520 --> 43:02.520]  You never hear about judge marrying person.
[43:02.520 --> 43:04.520]  You hear of a magistrate.
[43:04.520 --> 43:06.520]  You go to the magistrate to get married.
[43:06.520 --> 43:12.520]  Now, he may also be a judge, but when you ask him to marry you, he doesn't do that in his capacity to judge.
[43:12.520 --> 43:14.520]  He does it in his capacity as a magistrate.
[43:14.520 --> 43:17.520]  And they gave him that so he can make some extra money.
[43:17.520 --> 43:25.520]  The other two things he does is holds an examining trial to examine into the sufficiency of criminal action.
[43:25.520 --> 43:28.520]  The sufficiency of criminal accusations.
[43:28.520 --> 43:33.520]  And if he finds probable cause, he can set bail.
[43:33.520 --> 43:35.520]  That's what magistrates do.
[43:35.520 --> 43:37.520]  And that's all.
[43:37.520 --> 43:41.520]  Everything else a judge does, he does it his physical best.
[43:41.520 --> 43:45.520]  So we go in and invoke his duty as a magistrate.
[43:45.520 --> 43:48.520]  He's not even going to remember he has it.
[43:48.520 --> 43:50.520]  And then we hammer him for it.

[47:46.460 --> 47:52.620]  them up. And that's why I say you don't ever want to ask them to do something that you want them to
[47:52.620 --> 48:00.140]  do. You want to ask them to do something that you're sure they're not going to do so that you can
[48:00.140 --> 48:06.860]  drop the hammer on them as soon as they don't. And what they're going to say is, is that dirty rotten
[48:06.860 --> 48:15.900]  scoundrel? He set me up for that. Greatest thing I ever heard from a prosecutor was when she sent
[48:15.900 --> 48:22.940]  my complaints against her boss to the sheriff. The sheriff sent him back and said he couldn't
[48:22.940 --> 48:28.300]  do anything with him because there were complaints against him in there. And she called me and she
[48:28.300 --> 48:32.540]  said, Mr. Kelton, I sent your complaints to the sheriff and he sent him back and said he can do
[48:32.540 --> 48:35.980]  anything with him because there were complaints against him in there. I said, yes, as a matter
[48:35.980 --> 48:41.260]  of fact, there were. She said, Mr. Kelton, I get the impression you planned this this way.
[48:41.260 --> 48:51.580]  Well, Ms. Wyatt, you're very astute. You don't think this is my first rodeo. No, Mr. Kelton,
[48:51.580 --> 49:03.340]  somehow I don't. What that told her is, watch this SOB. Everything he asks you to do, he has
[49:03.340 --> 49:10.860]  another motive and he's not going to tell you what it is. He's setting you up. This is what you
[49:10.860 --> 49:21.100]  want them to think. And the higher level of public official is, the more vulnerable he is. You will
[49:21.100 --> 49:29.900]  never get public officials to be afraid of you. What you will get them to be afraid of is the
[49:29.900 --> 49:37.420]  political cannon fodder you create that their political opponents may use against them.
[49:37.420 --> 49:44.860]  In Pennsylvania, we had them file a complaint with the prosecutor when he refused to act on it.
[49:44.860 --> 49:49.980]  We appealed it to the court of common pleas and since the attorney general had prosecutorial
[49:49.980 --> 49:55.660]  power, we filed criminal charges against the prosecutor with the attorney general.
[49:57.260 --> 50:02.700]  And when he refused to prosecute, we came back to the prosecutor and filed criminal charges against
[50:02.700 --> 50:08.700]  the attorney general for not prosecuting the prosecutor and asked the prosecutor to petition
[50:08.700 --> 50:16.860]  for an attorney pro tem to hear our complaints against him. And the prosecutor said, what the
[50:16.860 --> 50:24.300]  heck is going on? And you can appeal this all the way up to the Supreme Court.
[50:25.660 --> 50:31.580]  So the attorney general is saying to the prosecutor, man, you better do something.
[50:31.580 --> 50:36.300]  These guys are filing criminal charges against me. He's going to say, well, they're bogus and
[50:36.300 --> 50:42.300]  they may be bogus. But when I run for office again, my opponent's going to drag these out
[50:43.100 --> 50:51.900]  and he's going to exercise the second rule. Perception is everything. He's going to
[50:51.900 --> 50:58.780]  waive these criminal complaints against me for not doing my job in front of my voters
[50:58.780 --> 51:06.620]  and it's not going to make any difference what I say. Everything's political and perception
[51:06.620 --> 51:13.100]  is everything. Now the prosecutor has the attorney general breathing down his neck
[51:13.660 --> 51:19.020]  because he won't prosecute this low level public official for some BS issue.
[51:19.020 --> 51:27.020]  That's what we're about. This is what we look for. Now it may be that you have the
[51:28.460 --> 51:32.300]  structures in the court, but there may be other structures you can use.
[51:33.900 --> 51:40.460]  If you have people in place who are supposed to police these groups and they don't do it,
[51:41.980 --> 51:45.180]  you file with them and then when they don't do it, you file against them.
[51:45.180 --> 51:52.620]  Now they are unhappy because now they're getting beat up and their political careers are getting
[51:52.620 --> 52:02.940]  messed with and there is just a rule of how things work. Big fish eat little fish.
[52:04.940 --> 52:09.820]  Because we need to find out who has oversight authority over the public health department.
[52:09.820 --> 52:21.260]  Yes, and set that agency up. First find out who has oversight and then find out who has oversight
[52:21.260 --> 52:30.300]  over them or what duty they have. If they have a specific duty and they fail to perform that duty,
[52:30.300 --> 52:38.620]  now you're going, let's go 242 and file against them in the Fed and the Fed is not going to want
[52:38.620 --> 52:44.620]  to prosecute. So you file against the judge in the Fed with the U.S. Attorney. The U.S. Attorney
[52:44.620 --> 52:51.260]  doesn't want to do anything, so you just absolutely make a nuisance of yourself
[52:52.780 --> 52:58.380]  and you create political cannon fodder. Right now we have an election coming up
[52:59.740 --> 53:05.180]  and a really important thing to know. If a new president is elected,
[53:05.180 --> 53:10.380]  every U.S. Attorney in the country must tender his resignation
[53:12.220 --> 53:17.820]  and the new president decides which resignations he accepts and which ones he does not.
[53:20.540 --> 53:25.580]  Bush accepted a whole bunch and it caused a big problem, but every U.S. Attorney
[53:26.540 --> 53:34.300]  is now concerned about his job because they're going to look not at how good a prosecutor he is
[53:34.300 --> 53:41.100]  or how bad a prosecutor he is, they're going to look at how much of a liability he is. That's
[53:41.100 --> 53:50.860]  all they care about. Does he look like he's a liability? He's a political liability. Has he
[53:50.860 --> 53:55.100]  gotten trouble? Has he had a lot of people complaining about it? Doesn't matter if the
[53:55.100 --> 54:02.380]  complaints are valid or not, just being there. So we have a lot of tools we can use to generate
[54:02.380 --> 54:10.060]  politics. It's a whole other way of thinking about going at these guys and they are not good at
[54:10.060 --> 54:17.020]  handling it. A few years ago I got all the highest judges in Texas put before a grand jury, the Court
[54:17.020 --> 54:26.700]  of Criminal Appeals and I thought it was all of my high-minded rhetoric and all the pressure I put
[54:26.700 --> 54:34.940]  on them. It wasn't any such thing. Ronald Earl, 25-year prosecuting attorney, wasn't running for
[54:34.940 --> 54:43.660]  office again. He's a Democrat. All these judges are Republicans. He used my complaint as cannon
[54:43.660 --> 54:49.260]  fodder to try to take those guys out with him. That's how it really works in the world we live in.
[54:49.260 --> 54:59.820]  The law is just a tool to get you there. So talk to these people. Address this with them. Who are
[54:59.820 --> 55:08.300]  the highest level officials? Who we can tie to this and then kick those officials and get them to
[55:08.300 --> 55:13.820]  go down the line and say, guys, I'm getting in trouble over this issue. You better fix it.
[55:13.820 --> 55:19.980]  Does this make sense? Yeah, it certainly does. There's a lot of homework to do. I think
[55:21.340 --> 55:26.780]  before I spoke with them, I wanted to talk with you guys first. I'll speak with the folks in West
[55:26.780 --> 55:31.740]  Virginia and I've got a feeling there's more than one attorney or attorney's assistant or
[55:31.740 --> 55:37.820]  some such. Someone in no legally who can help out on this and do a lot of the late work looking
[55:37.820 --> 55:47.900]  for one. One thing about this. Lawyers live in a lawyer box. Whenever I talk to a lawyer about

[01:51:19.400 --> 01:51:21.400]  And we're feeling the effects of it.

[01:51:25.400 --> 01:51:32.400]  feeling it in the increase in advertising and the increase of articles on Reuters

[01:51:38.400 --> 01:51:42.400]  and all the commercial sites, the mainstream media.
[01:51:42.400 --> 01:51:50.400]  I mean, the push for vaccines, I don't think there's been anything as ubiquitous as this since war bonds in World War II.
[01:51:50.400 --> 01:51:52.400]  It's coming from every direction you see.
[01:51:52.400 --> 01:51:54.400]  It's everywhere you go.
[01:51:54.400 --> 01:52:04.400]  Okay, yeah, because I mean, I've been studying on that, and I had this issue with, you know, as a parent,
[01:52:04.400 --> 01:52:14.400]  my daughter did not want to get the HPV vaccine, and her mother wanted her to, and forced her to.
[01:52:14.400 --> 01:52:19.400]  And I had no input on it.
[01:52:19.400 --> 01:52:27.400]  Whoa. Well, hopefully she didn't suffer at least any obvious reactions.

[01:52:58.400 --> 01:53:08.400]  I'm glad your daughter was not harmed, but right now there's something like 120 deaths and literally tens of thousands,
[01:53:08.400 --> 01:53:15.400]  or about 10,000, 15,000 reported serious adverse events associated with the HPV vaccines.
[01:53:15.400 --> 01:53:21.400]  And they're holding their own. They're well above all the other vaccines, which are bad enough.
[01:53:21.400 --> 01:53:28.400]  And the problem is that, as I mentioned before, the their system, the reporting system for the adverse events is dysfunctional.
[01:53:28.400 --> 01:53:31.400]  Doctors are supposed to report it, but there's no enforcement.
[01:53:31.400 --> 01:53:40.400]  Even the Journal of the American Medical Association has quoted a study that found that only 1% of serious adverse events ever get reported.
[01:53:40.400 --> 01:53:47.400]  So it's bananas. We don't even know what the real risks of the vaccines are.
[01:53:47.400 --> 01:53:52.400]  But I'll tell you, with the HPVs in particular, I would really recommend going the same vax.
[01:53:52.400 --> 01:53:56.400]  There's a bunch of videos of girls that have been damaged by them.
[01:53:56.400 --> 01:54:04.400]  And I think she might listen to that, maybe her mother would too, because these are real kids who are telling,
[01:54:04.400 --> 01:54:13.400]  in some cases, the kids died, and it's the moms telling you face to face, if you will, about the damages done.
[01:54:13.400 --> 01:54:19.400]  Okay. Yeah, because I mean, you're corresponding to what my research has found as well.
[01:54:19.400 --> 01:54:32.400]  I mean, I think I may have been to a website that talks about a lot of the same kids that have been adversely affected by that HPV vaccine.
[01:54:32.400 --> 01:54:41.400]  Right. And, you know, recently, just a few months back, I forget the name of the group,
[01:54:41.400 --> 01:54:52.400]  but they sent in 13 samples, random samples of HPV vaccine for analysis for recombinant HPV DNA,
[01:54:52.400 --> 01:54:59.400]  which the industry swore when they first licensed the vaccine was not in it.
[01:54:59.400 --> 01:55:05.400]  And the RDNA, recombinant DNA, was found in every one of the samples.
[01:55:05.400 --> 01:55:09.400]  So it's right if it's throughout the HPV vaccines.
[01:55:09.400 --> 01:55:16.400]  And letters have been sent by various biological committees to the FDA saying there is evidence.
[01:55:16.400 --> 01:55:20.400]  It's not conclusive. In this game, nothing is perfect.
[01:55:20.400 --> 01:55:27.400]  There's really no absolute technical proof of anything, but there's evidence that the recombinant DNA will recombine.
[01:55:27.400 --> 01:55:34.400]  And in essence, it kind of changed the genetics of the person receiving the vaccine.
[01:55:34.400 --> 01:55:38.400]  The HPV will then live in your body somehow.
[01:55:38.400 --> 01:55:41.400]  And I don't know that, obviously, the technicalities involved.
[01:55:41.400 --> 01:55:43.400]  But the point is they warned them this was dangerous.
[01:55:43.400 --> 01:55:46.400]  This was a potential grave risk.
[01:55:46.400 --> 01:55:49.400]  And, of course, the FDA paid no attention to it.
