[00:00.000 --> 00:06.000] In Brazil, one city has come up with a frightening way to keep kids in school,
[00:06.000 --> 00:09.000] embedding locators' spychips in their uniforms.
[00:09.000 --> 00:15.000] Under Catherine Albrecht, back to tell you about a growing campaign to put students under total surveillance.
[00:15.000 --> 00:16.000]  Next.
[00:16.000 --> 00:18.000]  Privacy is under attack.
[00:18.000 --> 00:21.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:21.000 --> 00:26.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:26.000 --> 00:32.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[00:32.000 --> 00:33.000]  Privacy.
[00:33.000 --> 00:34.000]  It's worth hanging on to.
[00:34.000 --> 00:41.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[00:41.000 --> 00:45.000]  Start over with StartPage.
[00:45.000 --> 00:51.000] Brazil will host the 2016 Olympics, but one Brazilian city is already on my blacklist.
[00:51.000 --> 01:01.000] It's called Vitoria da Conquista, and it's come up with a creepy plan to stop truancy, tracking grade schoolers with radio frequency ID spychips.
[01:01.000 --> 01:09.000] 20,000 Brazilian grade school students have already been ordered to wear t-shirts embedded with remotely readable tracking microchips.
[01:09.000 --> 01:16.000] A computer monitors the kids, and if they aren't where they're supposed to be at all times, it sends a message to the parent's cell phones.
[01:16.000 --> 01:21.000] The plan is to have all students between 4 and 14 chipped within the next year.
[01:21.000 --> 01:24.000] How do you say big brother in Portuguese?
[01:24.000 --> 01:31.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:31.000 --> 01:37.000] Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the biggest retailer of all?
[01:37.000 --> 01:38.000]  Walmart, that's who.
[01:38.000 --> 01:42.000] But there's another company that's catching up and could soon surpass Walmart sales.
[01:42.000 --> 01:47.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back to tell you who the big bad competitor is next.
[01:47.000 --> 01:53.000] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:53.000 --> 01:58.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:58.000 --> 02:03.000] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[02:03.000 --> 02:06.000]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[02:06.000 --> 02:13.000] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[02:13.000 --> 02:17.000]  Start over with StartPage.
[02:17.000 --> 02:22.000] Remember when the words Walmart struck fear in the hearts of mom and pop store owners everywhere?
[02:22.000 --> 02:28.000] Well, the tables are turning and the world's largest retailer is feeling some competitive heat of its own.
[02:28.000 --> 02:31.000] Who's sending chills down the spines of Walmart executives?
[02:31.000 --> 02:33.000]  Amazon, that's who.
[02:33.000 --> 02:40.000] An online retailer seems to carry everything Walmart does at lower prices and bargain hunters are shopping online in record numbers.
[02:40.000 --> 02:45.000]  Last year, Amazon's revenues grew 41% compared to Walmart's eight.
[02:45.000 --> 02:47.000]  Personally, I don't love either one.
[02:47.000 --> 02:56.000] I'd rather spend my hard earned dollars at locally owned brick and mortar stores where I can see, smell, and touch the merchandise and pay cash anonymously.
[02:56.000 --> 03:03.000] This is Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[03:27.000 --> 03:32.000] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[03:32.000 --> 03:34.000] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[03:34.000 --> 03:37.000] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[03:37.000 --> 03:40.000] Whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[03:40.000 --> 03:45.000] When you were eight and you had bad dreams, you'd go to school and learn the golden rules.
[03:45.000 --> 03:48.000] So why are you acting like a fluffy fool?
[03:48.000 --> 03:56.000] This you get vender, monster, coon, bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you?
[03:56.000 --> 04:02.000] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do, whatcha done when they come for you?
[04:02.000 --> 04:05.000] You chop音 don that one You chop音 don beat one
[04:05.000 --> 04:07.200] Yo chop音 don your mother I'm your chop音 don your father
[04:07.200 --> 04:10.000] Yo chop音 don your brother I'm your chop音 don your sister
[04:10.000 --> 04:13.000] You chophyun don that one I'm your chop音 don your mother
[04:13.000 --> 04:16.000] Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
[04:16.000 --> 04:25.200] All right, bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you here on the
[04:25.200 --> 04:28.080]  Rule of Law?
[04:28.080 --> 04:31.960]  Tonight is August 9th, 2012.
[04:31.960 --> 04:34.280] I am one of your hosts, Deborah Stevens.
[04:34.280 --> 04:39.240] I am here with my other co-host, Randy Kelton and Eddie Craig.
[04:39.240 --> 04:41.880] Actually, Randy is not quite here yet.
[04:41.880 --> 04:45.000] He should be joining us after the first break.
[04:45.000 --> 04:49.800] But I do have two very special guests for you tonight.
[04:49.800 --> 04:55.920] One of them is David Gerson, who is running for Congress up in Minnesota.
[04:55.920 --> 05:00.980] And I also have for you the one and only, the legendary Mr. Michael Badnarik.
[05:00.980 --> 05:04.160] We are going to bring on David first.
[05:04.160 --> 05:06.240] Michael Badnarik is with us right now.
[05:06.240 --> 05:08.720] He's going to be listening and making some commentary.
[05:08.720 --> 05:11.720] He'll probably have some comments and questions for David as well.
[05:11.720 --> 05:14.360] And I want to bring on David first.
[05:14.360 --> 05:19.440] He is running for Congress in the state of Minnesota.
[05:19.440 --> 05:25.440] He has been on a few of the shows of this network these past couple of weeks.
[05:25.440 --> 05:29.200] But I wanted to introduce him to our listeners because this is someone that we really all
[05:29.200 --> 05:33.200] should be supporting, even if we don't live in Minnesota.
[05:33.200 --> 05:38.360] We've got to start supporting candidates in other places, even if they're not necessarily
[05:38.360 --> 05:40.320] going to be representing our district.
[05:40.320 --> 05:46.160] We still need to support other candidates that represent the cause of liberty and freedom.
[05:46.160 --> 05:50.200]  So I'd like to read a bit from David's bio here.
[05:50.200 --> 05:55.560] David Gerson, he was born in Boston in 1967.
[05:55.560 --> 06:00.560] When he was a teenager, his family moved to North Carolina.
[06:00.560 --> 06:05.800] He attended North Carolina State University where he graduated in the top 1% of his class
[06:05.800 --> 06:08.760] with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
[06:08.760 --> 06:14.720] He went on to receive a master's degree in Integrated Manufacturing Systems Engineering
[06:14.720 --> 06:20.520] while performing his graduate research with IBM in San Jose, California.
[06:20.520 --> 06:26.040] David has been working for a global engineering company since 2002 and has responsibilities
[06:26.040 --> 06:31.000] for working across the company in engineering leadership transformation.
[06:31.000 --> 06:35.720]  He's a private sector leader who understands global business.
[06:35.720 --> 06:40.160] David has taken a keen interest in economics and has published a breakthrough book exposing
[06:40.160 --> 06:47.360] the economics of crony capitalism while debunking the common myths used to distort the conversation.
[06:47.360 --> 06:54.000] The name of his book is How Crony Capitalism Crushed the Middle Class and Killed the Economy,
[06:54.000 --> 06:57.600] Revealing the Economics of Legal Plunder.
[06:57.600 --> 07:03.720]  David is a pro-liberty, pro-life, pro-second amendment, pro-free market conservative.
[07:03.720 --> 07:08.040] He is a proven leader of integrity who will not compromise his principles.
[07:08.040 --> 07:12.800] He is intrinsically motivated to participate in the transformation of the Republican Party
[07:12.800 --> 07:18.080] from the party of privileged large corporate interests to the party of the people, by the
[07:18.080 --> 07:25.240] people and for the people to create a more even playing field in our pursuit of happiness.
[07:25.240 --> 07:29.160] David, thank you for joining us and welcome to the show.
[07:29.160 --> 07:30.880] Thank you for having me.
[07:30.880 --> 07:36.680] Of course, so I would like to turn the floor over to you to talk a little bit about your
[07:36.680 --> 07:40.120] stance on the issues, talk about your platform.
[07:40.120 --> 07:46.280] You are very much into economics and so I would just like to give you the floor so that
[07:46.280 --> 07:49.080] you can talk about what you think is important.
[07:49.080 --> 07:55.800] I see here on your platform you want to reduce the size, power and jurisdiction of the government
[07:55.800 --> 08:01.120] and you think that we can no longer afford to be the world's police force and nation
[08:01.120 --> 08:02.120]  builder.
[08:02.120 --> 08:06.760] I am very much in agreement with that so why don't you tell us a little bit about your
[08:06.760 --> 08:09.080] platform and your stance on the issues?
[08:09.080 --> 08:11.320]  Yeah, thank you.
[08:11.320 --> 08:16.560] First of all, we've had a bad boy up here in Minnesota, our incumbent for the last 10
[08:16.560 --> 08:17.560]  years.
[08:17.560 --> 08:20.880] His name is John Klein and we're coming after them.
[08:20.880 --> 08:26.600] We the people and he's been a crony for the establishment.
[08:26.600 --> 08:29.040]  He's been a rubber stamp for John Boehner.
[08:29.040 --> 08:34.120] He voted for the $700 billion bailout of the Wall Street banks who are major contributors
[08:34.120 --> 08:37.240] to his campaign including Goldman Sachs.
[08:37.240 --> 08:41.520] He voted for a $2.4 trillion increase in the debt limit.
[08:41.520 --> 08:48.080] He voted for the largest increase of welfare programs since Johnson's great society program
[08:48.080 --> 08:50.520]  in Medicare Part D.
[08:50.520 --> 08:57.360] He voted to override President Bush's veto which basically overrode the Freedom to Farm
[08:57.360 --> 09:02.360] Act and he voted for, he liked Cash for Conquer so much that he voted for it twice.
[09:02.360 --> 09:04.920] He's also voted to take away our liberties.
[09:04.920 --> 09:11.760] He voted for the NDAA to allow unlimited detention of US citizens arrested on American
[09:11.760 --> 09:15.760] soil without the due process of a trial.
[09:15.760 --> 09:21.920] He's voted to take away our right to free speech in HR 347, restricting our right to
[09:21.920 --> 09:27.080] protest in federal buildings on federal grounds and anywhere near the president.
[09:27.080 --> 09:34.200] He's voted for the Patriot Act and all of its extensions allowing roving wiretaps and
[09:34.200 --> 09:36.360] access to our private records.
[09:36.360 --> 09:41.240] He's also voted for SISPA for government controls on the Internet and he's basically
[09:41.240 --> 09:48.320] a rhino who has been a rubber stamp who's been part of the problem in DC in creating
[09:48.320 --> 09:54.360] the system of crony capitalism or corporatism where all of the wealth and income over the
[09:54.360 --> 10:01.120] last 20 to 30 years has gone to the top few percent to where the bottom 80 percent now
[10:01.120 --> 10:08.440] only own 7 percent of the financial assets and bring in 39 percent of the income.
[10:08.440 --> 10:18.440] The goal of my campaign is to continue the reformation of the Republican Party of Minnesota
[10:18.440 --> 10:25.200] and the final catharsis is for us to accept the fact and deal with the transgressions
[10:25.200 --> 10:33.080] of our leadership including the former Bush administration and the currently Republican
[10:33.080 --> 10:40.520] controlled House who have failed us in not representing the people but representing the
[10:40.520 --> 10:48.920] large corporate interests that have the lobbying power and the best measure of the amount
[10:48.920 --> 10:53.680] of benefits that are available through these distortions created by government is the fact
[10:53.680 --> 11:00.960] that each party's presidential candidate will be able to raise about a billion dollars
[11:00.960 --> 11:09.400] each to allow the special interest groups or donating them to keep the benefits flowing
[11:09.400 --> 11:16.200] and keep their privileges and legislation written in their favor.
[11:16.200 --> 11:21.720] Right so it sounds like this is definitely somebody that we want out and of course the
[11:21.720 --> 11:28.440] best place to get these cronies out is in the primaries.
[11:28.440 --> 11:35.480] So I applaud your efforts and I see here also on your platform that you do not think that
[11:35.480 --> 11:42.200] we should ever cede our national defense to any authority including the UN or NATO and
[11:42.200 --> 11:47.200] you want to repeal the NDAA and the Patriot Act and I think this is a wonderful thing
[11:47.200 --> 11:52.800] and this stands in direct opposition to your opponent the incumbent is that correct?
[11:52.800 --> 11:59.600] Yeah absolutely he's a big supporter of the military industrial complex and intervention
[11:59.600 --> 12:01.840]  list policies.
[12:01.840 --> 12:08.040] We must maintain a strong national defense and maintain our stance as the superpower
[12:08.040 --> 12:14.600] in the world and maintain our advantages and technology and resources but we've been involved
[12:14.600 --> 12:21.160] in unnecessary and uncongressionally declared wars which must end and we can no longer afford
[12:21.160 --> 12:27.160] to be the world's police force and nation builder and there's no need for us to have
[12:27.160 --> 12:30.560]  bases in 135 countries.
[12:30.560 --> 12:35.840] We of course as citizens would support any war that's declared by Congress with the full
[12:35.840 --> 12:43.840] faith and resources that can be brought to bear by America but these intervention list
[12:43.840 --> 12:52.440] policies are not increasing our safety, they are not improving the relations that we have
[12:52.440 --> 13:00.960] in the world and are mainly used for profiteering and we must be honest in facing some really
[13:00.960 --> 13:08.520] tough decisions we have in leadership and how we utilize our limited resources.
[13:08.520 --> 13:12.840] So David how do you feel about the TSA?
[13:12.840 --> 13:16.240] Well you know the federal government shouldn't be involved in the TSA.
[13:16.240 --> 13:24.600] If people aren't secure and comfortable with traveling by airplane then the private enterprises
[13:24.600 --> 13:28.960] should set up whatever security is necessary to be able to support that market which is
[13:28.960 --> 13:36.200] air travel and it should be completely run by the airports and the airlines.
[13:36.200 --> 13:38.800] Absolutely and how do you feel about Homeland Security?
[13:38.800 --> 13:42.880] You know Homeland Security it's just overreaches its bounds.
[13:42.880 --> 13:46.960] We continue to cede our civil rights in the name of safety, you know you've mentioned
[13:46.960 --> 13:53.960] the NDA, the Patriot Act, HR 347, we can no longer afford, we need to claw back those
[13:53.960 --> 14:01.280] rights and understand that government cannot create this utopian safety net and we need
[14:01.280 --> 14:06.320] to stop looking at government as being able to provide these solutions and start to understand
[14:06.320 --> 14:09.600] that they're at the root and the core of the problem.
[14:09.600 --> 14:15.040] So you know unfortunately Homeland Security has grown beyond what its useful limits should
[14:15.040 --> 14:22.080] be and needs to be reigned back in as well as do most federal departments.
[14:22.080 --> 14:23.320]  All right excellent.
[14:23.320 --> 14:29.080] We do have a caller on the line with a question for you David would you like to take a call?
[14:29.080 --> 14:30.080]  Absolutely.
[14:30.080 --> 14:31.080]  Okay here we go.
[14:31.080 --> 14:33.960] We've got George from Texas with a question for David Gerson.
[14:33.960 --> 14:38.360] George thanks for calling in, what is your question for our guest David Gerson?
[14:38.360 --> 14:42.880] Well I'm glad you're running for Congress and you know the thing is I know it's a lot
[14:42.880 --> 14:47.480] of people in the Tea Party state legislatures, they go to Washington or the state capitals
[14:47.480 --> 14:51.800] with good intentions but here is my problem and this is something you're going to really
[14:51.800 --> 14:57.000] have to look at and that is when you go to Washington DC you're going to have to bring
[14:57.000 --> 15:03.000] your own people because one thing that concerns me you may come with good intentions but I
[15:03.000 --> 15:07.080] don't really want you hiring staffers that are really well connected inside Washington
[15:07.080 --> 15:12.960] DC because they really turn out to be your handlers and the government's spy network
[15:12.960 --> 15:17.200]  and that's my concern.
[15:17.200 --> 15:19.400]  Yeah I mean I think the college got a great point.
[15:19.400 --> 15:27.120] I have a hard time vetting and trusting other candidates myself and you know I meet groups
[15:27.120 --> 15:31.440] and constituents all the time and this is the key question they ask me is how do we
[15:31.440 --> 15:36.640] know that you're not going to become corrupted, you know when is it that you make a compromise
[15:36.640 --> 15:41.280] because you feel that you're a better candidate than someone else from the other side that
[15:41.280 --> 15:47.080] may get in and where does it stop and yeah it's a very difficult question I have a hard
[15:47.080 --> 15:50.200] time answering that except for they have to look in their gut.
[15:50.200 --> 15:55.920] I am taking a slight pay cut to go to Congress, I've been successful in the private sector
[15:55.920 --> 16:02.240] so my motivation is purely intrinsic but you know I have the same concerns and I think
[16:02.240 --> 16:07.480] the difficult thing is that Americans have lost their faith in the political process
[16:07.480 --> 16:12.520] that we can hire private sector leaders to go into Washington that won't end up being
[16:12.520 --> 16:17.880] corrupted looking out for their own interests and that is special interest groups that fund
[16:17.880 --> 16:24.760]  them and I think that's a big reason why there's been a big disconnect and a lack of a grassroots
[16:24.760 --> 16:30.880] effort in America and we hope to provide an alternative to that and regain people's faith
[16:30.880 --> 16:35.920] in the system and get them re-energized to get back out there to back a candidate that
[16:35.920 --> 16:43.440] they can believe in and expand that movement and it's definitely a real challenge I think
[16:43.440 --> 16:50.160] that Dr. Paul has done such a great job whether you agree with his views 100% or not you have

[18:59.600 --> 19:29.440]  next.
[19:29.440 --> 19:30.440]  Okay, folks.
[19:30.440 --> 19:31.440]  We are back.
[19:31.440 --> 19:32.440] This is the rule of law.
[19:32.440 --> 19:36.560] We are here with our very special guest, David Gerson and also Michael Bannerik.
[19:36.560 --> 19:42.240] We're talking with David right now about his campaign and I believe also what specifically
[19:42.240 --> 19:47.440] what our caller George wanted to address, David, is concerning the staffers and that
[19:47.440 --> 19:53.680] is the Washington staffers is basically a conduit where a lot of the corruption takes
[19:53.680 --> 19:59.040] place and so George was wanting to know and actually I was wanting to know too, you planning
[19:59.040 --> 20:01.920] on taking some of your own staffers with you?
[20:01.920 --> 20:07.280] Yeah, that's correct and where I needed some recommendations, I would go to someone that
[20:07.280 --> 20:12.120] I would respect like Ron Paul that would be able to fill in the missing pieces with people
[20:12.120 --> 20:19.040] that had integrity and would well fit our needs.
[20:19.040 --> 20:20.040]  That's excellent.
[20:20.040 --> 20:22.280] George, does that answer your question?
[20:22.280 --> 20:23.280]  Yes.
[20:23.280 --> 20:26.440] I just think that's going to be one of the things we're going to have to spread the
[20:26.440 --> 20:31.000] word about because I know there's going to be a lot more Ron Paul-minded people in Congress
[20:31.000 --> 20:34.960] and we've got to say it's important to be surrounded by the right people.
[20:34.960 --> 20:35.960]  Exactly.
[20:35.960 --> 20:36.960]  I couldn't agree more.
[20:36.960 --> 20:37.960]  Thank you, George.
[20:37.960 --> 20:38.960] Do you have any other questions for our guest?
[20:38.960 --> 20:46.040] No, I just say I'm just going to pray for them and make sure that God does justice
[20:46.040 --> 20:47.040]  this election.
[20:47.040 --> 20:48.040]  Oh, amen to that.
[20:48.040 --> 20:49.920] Thank you for calling, George.
[20:49.920 --> 20:50.920]  Thank you, Debra.
[20:50.920 --> 20:51.920]  Okay.
[20:51.920 --> 20:54.600] Yes, and the primaries is where it's at, folks.
[20:54.600 --> 21:00.240] This is where we have the best opportunity to knock out the incumbents, and I'm very
[21:00.240 --> 21:01.240]  happy.
[21:01.240 --> 21:06.920] Also, just as a side note, another incumbent that just recently got knocked out by a hero
[21:06.920 --> 21:14.920] of ours, which is Kurt Haskell, the man who came out and blew the whistle, said that he
[21:14.920 --> 21:24.040] saw the sharp-dressed man escort the bomber onto the airplane, so he made it and it was
[21:24.040 --> 21:29.080] because of all that that all this TSA madness is coming down, so I certainly hope Kurt Haskell
[21:29.080 --> 21:35.400] will win his general election, that's up in Michigan, that race is going on.
[21:35.400 --> 21:41.640] Back to our current candidate of interview, which is David Gerson, why don't you tell
[21:41.640 --> 21:48.720] us a little bit about your stance on economics, since you did write a book on crony capitalism?
[21:48.720 --> 21:57.040] Yeah, basically, it gets a little bit wonkish, but in a nutshell, there's no silver bullets,
[21:57.040 --> 22:04.840] and at the end of the day, our standard of living is based upon our productivity, and
[22:04.840 --> 22:11.840] to be productive and be able to compete in this global economy, we need to eliminate
[22:11.840 --> 22:16.960] the distortions that's created by governments and eliminate the inefficiencies of government
[22:16.960 --> 22:17.960]  itself.
[22:17.960 --> 22:24.520] Government now accounts for 40 cents of every dollar spent in our economy, and for us to
[22:24.520 --> 22:29.640] be able to improve our standard of living and regain our middle class, we need to eliminate
[22:29.640 --> 22:37.160] government and the distortions that are created by it, and we can get into a lot of details
[22:37.160 --> 22:44.840] behind that, but in general, we need to focus on legislation that removes these distortions,
[22:44.840 --> 22:50.240] and if we're able to do that, the lobbyists will try out the Washington DC.
[22:50.240 --> 22:54.680] The reason they're there, the reason why they're giving the money is to create those distortions,
[22:54.680 --> 22:58.840] and as government has grown, so has their influence, and has created a self-reinforcing
[22:58.840 --> 23:01.400] feedback loop of wealth disparity.
[23:01.400 --> 23:07.960] So, at the end of the day, what we need to do is focus on trimming back government to
[23:07.960 --> 23:17.440] what is constitutionality granted, and back to a republic that represents the people,
[23:17.440 --> 23:21.680] and is a reflection upon what our founding fathers wrote in the Constitution.
[23:21.680 --> 23:22.680]  Excellent.
[23:22.680 --> 23:28.280] Speaking of the Constitution, we have an expert on the Constitution with us.
[23:28.280 --> 23:31.080] He actually teaches a class on the Constitution.
[23:31.080 --> 23:39.400] Mr. Michael Badnarik, of course, former presidential candidate himself, and he wanted to ask you
[23:39.400 --> 23:40.400]  a few questions as well.
[23:40.400 --> 23:43.160] Let's see if we can pass the Michael Badnarik litmus test.
[23:43.160 --> 23:48.160] Michael, let's bring you on, and what are your questions for David Gerson?
[23:48.160 --> 23:52.720] Well, David, first of all, I want to thank you for running for office.
[23:52.720 --> 23:59.600] We need as many good people in Washington as possible, and I know from firsthand it
[23:59.600 --> 24:08.200] takes a lot of effort and personal time to run a campaign, so thank you for that.
[24:08.200 --> 24:15.720] One of the things that I was wondering was, you've got a pro-Second Amendment stance.
[24:15.720 --> 24:21.640] Which of the gun laws of the United States do you think violate the Second Amendment?
[24:21.640 --> 24:25.080]  All of them.
[24:25.080 --> 24:31.560] We have the right to bear arms, and our culture is part of what was attended by the founding
[24:31.560 --> 24:32.560]  fathers.
[24:32.560 --> 24:36.960] So, all of the gun laws in the United States are unconstitutional?
[24:36.960 --> 24:39.680] Yes, that would be my interpretation.
[24:39.680 --> 24:46.600] That was a short and correct answer, thank you for that.
[24:46.600 --> 24:49.080]  Have you followed Ron Paul's campaign?
[24:49.080 --> 24:54.320]  Yes, I was a state delegate for Ron Paul.
[24:54.320 --> 25:00.160] I may not be as versed as everyone on all the intricacies of what's transpired in his
[25:00.160 --> 25:01.160]  campaign, but yeah, definitely.
[25:01.160 --> 25:07.840] I mean, he's been a big inspiration for me, and though I'm not Ron Paul, I've certainly
[25:07.840 --> 25:14.280] fallen from the same tree, and he's the one that gave me faith that it was worthwhile
[25:14.280 --> 25:21.080] to get into politics because you can maintain your integrity and serve your country and
[25:21.080 --> 25:22.320]  make a difference.
[25:22.320 --> 25:32.200] And I believe that this last campaign, a big part of it was an effort to get folks involved
[25:32.200 --> 25:40.680] and to stand up in these voids of leadership and take a position to keep this movement
[25:40.680 --> 25:41.680]  going.
[25:41.680 --> 25:47.000] And I give him a tremendous amount of credit, and I wouldn't be talking with you today had
[25:47.000 --> 25:49.000] I not been inspired by Ron Paul.
[25:49.000 --> 25:54.200] Well, Ron Paul's a great guy, but at the time he was only one.
[25:54.200 --> 26:01.000]  I don't know, I think there were like 350 or 400 votes that were 434 to one.
[26:01.000 --> 26:07.280] Do you have any plans that would make you a little bit more effective in Washington?
[26:07.280 --> 26:14.920] I know that the general public is going to be more open to that particular message, but
[26:14.920 --> 26:21.440] what are you going to be able to do unless other Constitution-minded candidates get elected
[26:21.440 --> 26:22.440]  with you?
[26:22.440 --> 26:27.440] Yeah, I think that was basically a rhetorical question because I agree with you.
[26:27.440 --> 26:32.760] Ron Paul, his crowning achievement is that he just got the Audit the Fed Bill to go
[26:32.760 --> 26:36.880] through the House, and I really hope it gets introduced in the Senate because it's definitely
[26:36.880 --> 26:37.880]  going to pass.
[26:37.880 --> 26:38.880]  There's no way it couldn't pass.
[26:38.880 --> 26:42.520] There's so much polling in favor of it.
[26:42.520 --> 26:48.840] But I do believe that there isn't enough of us yet in Congress to be able to have enough
[26:48.840 --> 26:54.400] of a voice to make a difference, and I'll try to follow on in Ron Paul's footsteps as
[26:54.400 --> 27:00.880] far as stating that the Congress needs to follow the rules, which is the Constitution.
[27:00.880 --> 27:04.840] Do you bunking the myths that are out there, especially within economics?
[27:04.840 --> 27:09.160] That's what my book's about, but spending as much effort as I can back here in Minnesota
[27:09.160 --> 27:13.560] building the grassroots movement to where we can infiltrate into other districts and
[27:13.560 --> 27:18.720] get other Liberty-minded people into Congress so that we can have enough of a voice to stand
[27:18.720 --> 27:22.960] strong together and really be able to make a change and get legislation passed to reduce
[27:22.960 --> 27:27.240] the size of the government and bring the government back to the people and give people a reason
[27:27.240 --> 27:30.920] to believe that they can elect leaders that will support them and get energized to be
[27:30.920 --> 27:33.520]  part of the process.
[27:33.520 --> 27:38.240] Like you said, I think that the major focus will be on continuing the movement and getting
[27:38.240 --> 27:42.800] more numbers into DC, and we just have to be realistic that it's going to take some
[27:42.800 --> 27:45.720] time and a couple of election cycles.
[27:45.720 --> 27:47.760]  That's probably true.
[27:47.760 --> 27:55.320] How do your constituents in the district that you're running in respond to your campaign?
[27:55.320 --> 27:58.920] Well, obviously, the Republican Party is quite upset with me.
[27:58.920 --> 28:07.280] I'm taking on the endorsed incumbent and trying to hold them accountable for his transgressions,
[28:07.280 --> 28:16.560] and there's a lot of folks that are unhappy that I'm taking on a Republican leader, but
[28:16.560 --> 28:21.640] the mission of my campaign is to expose the fact that our Republican leadership has let
[28:21.640 --> 28:26.440] us down, that folks are campaigning on the Republican platform, but they can go into
[28:26.440 --> 28:31.160] DC and voting with special interest groups, and so there's a whole other segment that
[28:31.160 --> 28:38.880] is extremely supportive of our efforts to reform the party, to be honest about what's
[28:38.880 --> 28:43.960] happening with our leaders, to give them a chance to hold the current leadership accountable,
[28:43.960 --> 28:47.240] and to give them a chance to use their voice and make a difference.
[28:47.240 --> 28:48.920]  All right.
[28:48.920 --> 28:51.640] This is good stuff here, David.
[28:51.640 --> 28:57.040] We really appreciate you running for office, and we certainly hope and pray for you and
[28:57.040 --> 28:58.840] wish the best for you.
[28:58.840 --> 29:03.920] So, folks, if you want to contribute to the campaign, please go to David Gerson's website
[29:03.920 --> 29:09.800]  that's G-E-R-S-O-N 2012.com.
[29:09.800 --> 29:18.160] His name is David Gerson, G-E-R-S-O-N, and again, that website is Gerson2012.com, G-E-R-S-O-N
[29:18.160 --> 29:19.160]  2012.com.
[29:19.160 --> 29:21.120] We're coming up to the end of the segment.
[29:21.120 --> 29:24.120] Do you have any last comments for us, David?
[29:24.120 --> 29:29.200] Well, just I appreciate being on and all the work that you good folks are doing.
[29:29.200 --> 29:32.840] We also have a rally for freedom here on Sunday.
[29:32.840 --> 29:38.320] We have Stuart Rhodes, the founders of those keepers, Adam Kokesh, Will Johnson, the leader
[29:38.320 --> 29:43.760] of Iowa's Liberty Movement, Robert Vaughn, Jordan Page, and Luke Radowski are going
[29:43.760 --> 29:46.240] to be here as well as some other folks from Rear Change.
[29:46.240 --> 29:52.760] So, please go to my website, Gerson2012.com, and we would appreciate any donations to help
[29:52.760 --> 29:54.960] us get along and make this happen.
[29:54.960 --> 29:57.360] All right, folks, please support David Gerson.
[29:57.360 --> 30:00.440] We'll be back after this next break.
[30:00.440 --> 30:05.760] A noble lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the true nature
[30:05.760 --> 30:06.760]  of terrorism.
[30:06.760 --> 30:10.680] Based on the damage patting to the building, but the government seems impossible.
[30:10.680 --> 30:14.320] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say.
[30:14.320 --> 30:18.160] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals.
[30:18.160 --> 30:22.880] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around.
[30:22.880 --> 30:26.600] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing.
[30:26.600 --> 30:31.040] Expose the cover up now at anobleye.com.

[30:51.120 --> 30:59.200] Call 908-6912608 or visit hempusa.org and see what our powder, seeds and oil can do
[30:59.200 --> 31:00.200]  for you.
[31:00.200 --> 31:06.200] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the internet isn't
[31:06.200 --> 31:09.920] so easy and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[31:09.920 --> 31:13.160] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[31:13.160 --> 31:14.160]  Brave New Books?
[31:14.160 --> 31:15.160]  Yes.
[31:15.160 --> 31:19.320] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones,

[31:24.600 --> 31:27.640]  There's no way a place like that exists.
[31:27.640 --> 31:29.120] Go check it out for yourself.
[31:29.120 --> 31:33.160] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT.
[31:33.160 --> 31:34.160]  Oh, by UT?
[31:34.160 --> 31:36.880] There's never anywhere to park down there.
[31:36.880 --> 31:42.120] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking
[31:42.120 --> 31:45.120] facility just behind the bookstore.
[31:45.120 --> 31:48.120] It does exist, but when are they open?

[33:04.480 --> 33:07.920] Okay, folks, we are back.
[33:07.920 --> 33:09.840] This is the rule of law.
[33:09.840 --> 33:14.760]  Tonight, again, is August the 9th, 2012.
[33:14.760 --> 33:19.280] We just finished speaking with David Gerson for Congress.
[33:19.280 --> 33:21.280]  That is G-E-R-S-O-N.
[33:21.280 --> 33:26.400] Gerson2012.com is where to go to make donations to support him.
[33:26.400 --> 33:28.560] And, folks, we do need to support the candidates
[33:28.560 --> 33:31.880] all around the country, even if they're not in our district,
[33:31.880 --> 33:36.000] because this is how we are going to take back our Congress
[33:36.000 --> 33:38.720]  one seat at a time, if it's possible.
[33:38.720 --> 33:40.800] And now, we are going to turn over the floor
[33:40.800 --> 33:42.840] to Michael Badnarik, who is also going
[33:42.840 --> 33:45.400]  to be talking about a candidate, a different candidate,
[33:45.400 --> 33:49.760] Tisha Casada, who was also a guest on our show a few months
[33:49.760 --> 33:51.800] back up there in Colorado.
[33:51.800 --> 33:54.400] So, Michael, thank you again.
[33:54.400 --> 33:58.200] And tell us a little bit about the candidate you're supporting.
[33:58.200 --> 34:02.800] Well, Tisha Casada is running in Congressional District 3,
[34:02.800 --> 34:05.880]  which is a rural district.
[34:05.880 --> 34:10.920] It is most of the west half of Colorado.
[34:10.920 --> 34:14.760]  It has 29 out of 60 of the counties.
[34:14.760 --> 34:19.360] And so it's an incredibly huge district.
[34:19.360 --> 34:24.120] About eight years ago, the voters in Colorado
[34:24.120 --> 34:28.360] threw out the Democrat, or they had a Democrat run,
[34:28.360 --> 34:30.120] and they threw them out last election
[34:30.120 --> 34:32.120]  and installed a Republican.
[34:32.120 --> 34:34.520] Well, it's been two years or less
[34:34.520 --> 34:37.240] since the Republican got elected.
[34:37.240 --> 34:39.120] And the people in the western slope
[34:39.120 --> 34:43.480] are already trying to replace the Republican.
[34:43.480 --> 34:48.520] Living in Colorado, people have to be independent.
[34:48.520 --> 34:50.680]  I mean, when the snow comes, you're
[34:50.680 --> 34:52.360] pretty much on your own.
[34:52.360 --> 34:55.560] And so they are physically independent.
[34:55.560 --> 34:57.640]  They think independently.
[34:57.640 --> 35:00.520] And recent polls show that about a third of the people
[35:00.520 --> 35:05.560] out in the western slope are registered as independents.
[35:05.560 --> 35:08.040] Tisha Casada is running as an independent.
[35:08.040 --> 35:11.200]  She doesn't like the Democrats, doesn't like the Republicans.
[35:11.200 --> 35:14.880] In fact, she doesn't like any of the political parties.
[35:14.880 --> 35:19.120]  She frequently references George Washington's farewell
[35:19.120 --> 35:23.480] address, warning us against political parties.
[35:23.480 --> 35:26.920] So I can tell the story later about how
[35:26.920 --> 35:30.120]  I came to be working with Tisha's campaign.
[35:30.120 --> 35:33.520] But I am in Colorado for the next three months
[35:33.520 --> 35:37.200] until the election, trying to help Tisha gather all
[35:37.200 --> 35:42.720] the signatures, meet the people, and actually get elected.
[35:42.720 --> 35:47.840] So she would be there to help the last candidate vote
[35:47.840 --> 35:52.040] for constitutional laws and to reduce
[35:52.040 --> 35:55.800] the size of the federal government.
[35:55.800 --> 36:00.720]  Tisha is a private businesswoman.
[36:00.720 --> 36:03.680]  She's had a business for six years now.
[36:03.680 --> 36:06.960] And the thing that started her in her quest
[36:06.960 --> 36:11.240] was when the local government in Pueblo
[36:11.240 --> 36:14.960]  set up a blatantly biased thing.
[36:14.960 --> 36:20.600] And she wanted to have a farmers market of sorts
[36:20.600 --> 36:24.080] in competition with the city's farmer market.
[36:24.080 --> 36:27.840] And they just made it impossible for her to do that.
[36:27.840 --> 36:32.520] And so she is running to restore control
[36:32.520 --> 36:34.320]  to the local public.
[36:34.320 --> 36:36.440] She admits that there is nothing that she
[36:36.440 --> 36:40.400] can do in Washington that's going to make people's lives
[36:40.400 --> 36:45.200] better. As one member of Congress,
[36:45.200 --> 36:50.080] she would be overwhelmed by the status quo.
[36:50.080 --> 36:53.800] What she is trying to do is motivate people of Colorado
[36:53.800 --> 36:58.240] to start their own state bank so that they won't be subject
[36:58.240 --> 37:02.640] to the inflation caused by the Federal Reserve.
[37:02.640 --> 37:05.800] She's trying to get them to take for Colorado
[37:05.800 --> 37:09.120] to take control of its natural resources away
[37:09.120 --> 37:10.800]  from the federal government.
[37:10.800 --> 37:13.840]  She's trained to get people organized
[37:13.840 --> 37:16.640] in local farmers markets and raw milk
[37:16.640 --> 37:22.040] and to be even more independent than they already are
[37:22.040 --> 37:26.080] and specifically independent of the government
[37:26.080 --> 37:29.600] to improve the economy in Colorado
[37:29.600 --> 37:35.800] and to improve their personal lifestats,
[37:35.800 --> 37:38.120]  the wealth they have.
[37:38.120 --> 37:42.040] And so when I came to Colorado last year,
[37:42.040 --> 37:44.720] I thought that she was fairly young
[37:44.720 --> 37:46.440] to be running for Congress.
[37:46.440 --> 37:50.600] I was worried that she might not be able to handle
[37:50.600 --> 37:52.440]  the hardball of questions.
[37:52.440 --> 37:55.000] One of the reasons I chose to endorse her
[37:55.000 --> 37:59.560] is because she understands the principles of liberty
[37:59.560 --> 38:03.240] and she defends them vociferously.
[38:03.240 --> 38:05.960] She does not sway in her answers.
[38:05.960 --> 38:08.360]  She doesn't try to give answers
[38:08.360 --> 38:11.480] that make the audience feel better.
[38:11.480 --> 38:13.720] She tells them the truth and she tells them in a way
[38:13.720 --> 38:16.800] that they understand it and agree with it.
[38:16.800 --> 38:18.360]  So she's very articulate.
[38:18.360 --> 38:20.440]  I think she's a wonderful candidate.
[38:20.440 --> 38:24.520]  And I'm hoping that November 6th and 7th
[38:24.520 --> 38:28.720] we've got a huge celebration going on here in Colorado.
[38:30.080 --> 38:32.280]  Yes, I certainly do as well.
[38:32.280 --> 38:35.960] Well, she's got one of the best supporters on her side
[38:35.960 --> 38:37.960]  and that's you, Michael, that's for sure.
[38:39.120 --> 38:40.640] How can you go wrong?
[38:42.240 --> 38:44.880] Well, just my being on her campaign
[38:44.880 --> 38:46.320] is not gonna help her to win.
[38:46.320 --> 38:51.320] We have a lot of just social stigma to overcome.
[38:52.280 --> 38:53.840] There are still a lot of people
[38:53.840 --> 38:57.400] that will only vote for a Democrat or a Republican
[38:57.400 --> 39:00.200]  because third parties can't win.
[39:00.200 --> 39:03.840] You know, they have a lot of,
[39:04.760 --> 39:08.360] well, some people are involved in the welfare system
[39:08.360 --> 39:11.560] and they don't want to rock the boat.
[39:11.560 --> 39:16.120] But Tisha has a high level of energy
[39:16.120 --> 39:19.160]  her enthusiasm is contagious.
[39:19.160 --> 39:22.520] And if we can get Tisha to speak
[39:22.520 --> 39:26.600] to a significant number of voters in Colorado,
[39:26.600 --> 39:30.360] I think she can win the hearts and win the vote.
[39:31.880 --> 39:32.720]  That's excellent.
[39:32.720 --> 39:35.520] Yeah, I remember when she was on a few months ago,
[39:35.520 --> 39:38.160] I was very impressed and she does have
[39:38.160 --> 39:41.480] an incredible level of enthusiasm
[39:41.480 --> 39:43.160] and it is certainly contagious.
[39:43.160 --> 39:47.520] And I'm proud of her for taking this step
[39:47.520 --> 39:48.680]  and making this effort.
[39:48.680 --> 39:51.360] And I think more of us need to do this.
[39:51.360 --> 39:54.360] We've got to step up to the plate out there folks
[39:54.360 --> 39:56.040]  and run for office.
[39:56.040 --> 39:59.200] I mean, throwing the bad guys out is great
[39:59.200 --> 40:01.480] but we have to replace them with somebody.
[40:02.640 --> 40:07.640]  Yes, I think she may have a better opportunity
[40:07.640 --> 40:09.520]  than is readily apparent.
[40:10.760 --> 40:15.760] We do have some 50 years of people being fairly distant
[40:19.080 --> 40:21.320] from government, not trusting government.
[40:21.320 --> 40:26.320]  We've had 50 years of relatively stable economic times.
[40:28.440 --> 40:31.160] Right now that is not the case.
[40:31.160 --> 40:35.760] We are in that period in the cycle
[40:35.760 --> 40:40.760] when the system is failing, when the public's appreciation
[40:42.480 --> 40:44.520] of the system and trust in the system
[40:44.520 --> 40:47.000]  is faltering dramatically.
[40:47.000 --> 40:51.280] And even those who are very far right
[40:51.280 --> 40:56.280] or very far left, who have been, as you say, Michael,
[40:57.080 --> 41:02.080] locked in to voting for Democrats because of Democrats.
[41:02.840 --> 41:05.480]  Even they're beginning to say something
[41:05.480 --> 41:07.880]  that's terribly, terribly wrong here.
[41:09.000 --> 41:12.360]  Now when I've mentioned that there's not much difference
[41:12.360 --> 41:14.200] between one party and the other,
[41:14.200 --> 41:17.600]  I don't get the objections I used to get.
[41:18.600 --> 41:21.400] Now I get everybody tending to agree with me.
[41:21.400 --> 41:25.200] So if ever there was a time for an independent,
[41:25.200 --> 41:27.280]  I think this is that time.
[41:29.880 --> 41:31.800]  Well, she's doing very well.
[41:31.800 --> 41:36.440] The people who listen to her are highly enthusiastic
[41:36.440 --> 41:38.640] but what we're looking for is money
[41:38.640 --> 41:42.800] to travel around the district so that you can talk
[41:42.800 --> 41:46.200] to the voters of Colorado,
[41:46.200 --> 41:48.080] that they won't be able to vote for her
[41:48.080 --> 41:50.960]  if they're unaware that she's running.
[41:50.960 --> 41:55.960] And getting her to the debates
[41:56.400 --> 42:00.160] and to as many candidate forums as possible
[42:00.160 --> 42:02.920] is our goal for all of October.
[42:02.920 --> 42:07.560] So again, as Deborah pointed out,
[42:07.560 --> 42:10.000] you don't have to be living in the district
[42:10.000 --> 42:12.440] to contribute to the campaign.
[42:12.440 --> 42:17.440]  And Tisha's website is Casada2012.com.
[42:18.600 --> 42:23.600]  C-A-S-I-D-A, 2012.com.
[42:23.920 --> 42:27.040] And we would be grateful for any contributions
[42:27.040 --> 42:28.240]  your listeners could make.
[42:30.760 --> 42:31.600]  Absolutely.
[42:31.600 --> 42:33.080] And again, folks, we have these people on
[42:33.080 --> 42:34.880] because we want to support them
[42:34.880 --> 42:38.000] and they definitely need your support.
[42:38.000 --> 42:41.720] And I think it's a great thing to be able to support.
[42:41.720 --> 42:43.000]  Candidates in other places
[42:43.000 --> 42:45.840] because we don't all have good candidates
[42:45.840 --> 42:47.400]  from our own districts.
[42:47.400 --> 42:50.160] And so, hey, if there's nobody good to vote for
[42:50.160 --> 42:53.640]  where you're at, send your support Tisha's way
[42:53.640 --> 42:55.120]  or David Gerson's way.
[42:57.720 --> 42:59.480]  I think that is exactly right.
[43:00.800 --> 43:03.800]  A small investment of this nature,
[43:05.160 --> 43:10.160] it's surprising how many times over it pays itself back.
[43:10.160 --> 43:13.920] And I'm going to make the great sacrifice.
[43:15.080 --> 43:16.320]  It's the kind of guy I am.
[43:16.320 --> 43:18.680]  And it's how much I appreciate the candidate
[43:18.680 --> 43:23.120]  is don't send money to Brandy's Beer Fund,
[43:23.120 --> 43:25.280]  send it to Tisha's did.
[43:25.280 --> 43:26.120]  And David.
[43:27.320 --> 43:28.160]  And David.
[43:29.960 --> 43:31.920] Well, Michael, would you like to stay with us
[43:31.920 --> 43:34.720] for one more segment and maybe take some calls?
[43:34.720 --> 43:36.440]  Sure, I'd love to take calls.
[43:36.440 --> 43:39.760] Okay, folks, if you have a question for Michael Badnarik
[43:39.760 --> 43:44.760] on any topic, please call in 512-646-1984.
[43:45.120 --> 43:47.480] And now is your chance to talk with the legend,
[43:47.480 --> 43:52.480]  Michael Badnarik, 512-646-1984.
[43:52.560 --> 43:54.560] We'll be right back after this break.
[43:54.560 --> 43:55.760] This is the rule of law.
[44:02.160 --> 44:03.520]  The Oakland City bombing.
[44:03.520 --> 44:06.120] Top 10 reasons to question the official story.
[44:06.120 --> 44:09.800] Reason number two, why was the ATF AWOL?
[44:09.800 --> 44:11.840] Paramedic Tiffany Bible, who was on the scene
[44:11.840 --> 44:14.760] within five minutes, has stated in an affidavit
[44:14.760 --> 44:17.440] that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
[44:17.440 --> 44:20.280] told her that they were not in the office that morning.
[44:20.280 --> 44:22.720] B&T Catherine Mallet also overheard one agent say
[44:22.720 --> 44:25.680] to another, close, is that why we got the page
[44:25.680 --> 44:27.680] to not come in today, end quote.
[44:27.680 --> 44:30.760] Bruce Shaw's interview on KFOR TV was also told
[44:30.760 --> 44:33.080] by ATF agents that they had been paged
[44:33.080 --> 44:34.840] to not come into work.
[44:34.840 --> 44:36.960] The ATF initially denied these claims
[44:36.960 --> 44:39.440] and now variously claim that one of their agents
[44:39.440 --> 44:42.120] was in a free falling elevator, which has been disproven,
[44:42.120 --> 44:44.160] or that they had been in an all night stick out,
[44:44.160 --> 44:46.480] or that they had been in a golf tournament.
[44:46.480 --> 44:48.240] As they try to sort out their lives,
[44:48.240 --> 44:51.200] all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning?
[44:51.200 --> 44:53.560] And if so, why did they not pass it on
[44:53.560 --> 44:56.400] to others in the middle of the city?
[44:56.400 --> 44:59.000]  For more information, go to okcbombandtruth.com.

[47:42.520 --> 47:44.520] If you have questions for Michael Badnarik,
[47:44.520 --> 47:49.520] he's going to be with us for one more segment, 512-646-1984.
[47:49.520 --> 47:53.520] While we have Michael and seeing as he is in Colorado,
[47:53.520 --> 47:57.520] I wanted to get his take on some of the recent drama
[47:57.520 --> 47:59.520] that's been going on and for folks out there
[47:59.520 --> 48:02.520] who may or may not have been following this issue.
[48:02.520 --> 48:05.520] Of course, the mainstream media is lying to everyone
[48:05.520 --> 48:11.520] regarding both of these recent alleged lone gunman shootings,
[48:11.520 --> 48:13.520]  this Aurora Colorado business,
[48:13.520 --> 48:17.520] and then there was also the Sikh temple shooting.
[48:17.520 --> 48:22.520] It has come out in both cases that there were multiple accomplices
[48:22.520 --> 48:24.520] at the Sikh temple shooting.
[48:24.520 --> 48:26.520]  There were multiple shooters,
[48:26.520 --> 48:28.520] and of course the mainstream media is painting the whole thing
[48:28.520 --> 48:30.520]  as lone gunmen.
[48:30.520 --> 48:32.520] It also has come out that both of these individuals
[48:32.520 --> 48:39.520] were involved in high-level psychological and psychiatric programs
[48:39.520 --> 48:42.520] being run by the military indicative of them
[48:42.520 --> 48:45.520] being under some kind of mind control program.
[48:45.520 --> 48:50.520] Now, of course, they are pinning their patsies down to the ground
[48:50.520 --> 48:55.520] and drugging up the patsies or killing them in the Sikh shooting.
[48:55.520 --> 48:59.520]  It looks like perhaps it wasn't a patsy situation,
[48:59.520 --> 49:03.520] but more likely that it was one of the operative gunmen
[49:03.520 --> 49:05.520] that was actually supposed to get away,
[49:05.520 --> 49:10.520] and we actually had a police officer who knew what he was doing
[49:10.520 --> 49:13.520] and was properly trained and took down one of the gunmen
[49:13.520 --> 49:14.520]  at the Sikh temple.
[49:14.520 --> 49:16.520] That's what it looks like in that situation.
[49:16.520 --> 49:18.520] Of course, in the Aurora Colorado situation,
[49:18.520 --> 49:20.520]  it is just so dead-bang.
[49:20.520 --> 49:22.520]  This guy was in...
[49:22.520 --> 49:23.520]  Hold on one second.
[49:23.520 --> 49:25.520]  I think we've got some background noise.
[49:25.520 --> 49:26.520]  Randy?
[49:26.520 --> 49:28.520]  I thought I was good.
[49:28.520 --> 49:30.520]  Okay. Thank you.
[49:30.520 --> 49:33.520] Anyways, in the Aurora Colorado situation,
[49:33.520 --> 49:36.520]  it's pretty obvious what's going on.
[49:36.520 --> 49:42.520]  This guy was a graduate student, high-level military program
[49:42.520 --> 49:45.520] of mind control, and so now they've drugged him up
[49:45.520 --> 49:47.520]  and turned him into a patsy.
[49:47.520 --> 49:49.520] Who knows if he was even really the shooter?
[49:49.520 --> 49:50.520]  Probably not.
[49:50.520 --> 49:53.520] So the bottom line with all of this nonsense
[49:53.520 --> 49:56.520] is they're trying to take away our first amendment.
[49:56.520 --> 49:58.520] They're trying to take away our guns,
[49:58.520 --> 50:01.520] because, of course, there's like five bills
[50:01.520 --> 50:03.520] that have been introduced in Congress right now
[50:03.520 --> 50:08.520] to take away guns, to ban semi-automatic weapons,
[50:08.520 --> 50:09.520] all this kind of thing.
[50:09.520 --> 50:13.520] And, of course, the major one, which is the NATO treaty,
[50:13.520 --> 50:16.520] I'm sorry, the UN treaty to take away our guns.
[50:16.520 --> 50:18.520]  And so it's just really obvious what's going on.
[50:18.520 --> 50:19.520]  But you know what?
[50:19.520 --> 50:21.520]  I don't think it's working very well,
[50:21.520 --> 50:23.520] because every time one of these shootings goes down,
[50:23.520 --> 50:27.520] it seems to have the opposite effect on the American people.
[50:27.520 --> 50:30.520] Gun sales were already at an all-time high.
[50:30.520 --> 50:34.520] So one thing I have to give Obama is probably the best gun salesman
[50:34.520 --> 50:37.520] in the history of this country.
[50:37.520 --> 50:40.520] Gun sales have skyrocketed over and over again
[50:40.520 --> 50:41.520]  since the man's been president.
[50:41.520 --> 50:44.520] And every time there's one of these false flag shootings
[50:44.520 --> 50:47.520]  that's completely staged, gun sales double.
[50:47.520 --> 50:50.520]  I mean, it's like the gun manufacturers,
[50:50.520 --> 50:51.520]  everything's on back order.
[50:51.520 --> 50:53.520] You just almost can't even get them anymore.
[50:53.520 --> 50:55.520]  So it's not working.
[50:55.520 --> 50:58.520] People are not willing to give up their firearms.
[50:58.520 --> 51:02.520] So at any rate, I just wanted to bring this subject up
[51:02.520 --> 51:05.520] to ask Michael how he feels about it.
[51:05.520 --> 51:07.520] Michael, what is your take on this?
[51:07.520 --> 51:11.520] And what do you see are people's take on this in Colorado
[51:11.520 --> 51:13.520] since you are there in Colorado?
[51:13.520 --> 51:16.520]  I'm not anywhere near Aurora.
[51:16.520 --> 51:22.520] But one of the things that amazed me about the Aurora shooting
[51:22.520 --> 51:29.520] is how quickly people in a refer to this as the Patriot community
[51:29.520 --> 51:35.520] identified this as a government false flag.
[51:35.520 --> 51:37.520] One of the things that you were talking about is that,
[51:37.520 --> 51:39.520]  well, it's obvious.
[51:39.520 --> 51:41.520]  Well, nothing is obvious.
[51:41.520 --> 51:45.520] There are still people out there who are not going to believe that.
[51:45.520 --> 51:50.520] But it is getting more and more clear to people.
[51:50.520 --> 51:57.520] And they were announcing that gun sales had increased within the week.
[51:57.520 --> 52:00.520] It was like three or four days after the shooting.
[52:00.520 --> 52:04.520] And they were already, even the mainstream media was admitting
[52:04.520 --> 52:07.520] that the gun sales were going up.
[52:07.520 --> 52:17.520] Some of the information, the fact that this guy was a grad student
[52:17.520 --> 52:23.520] who had almost no money, was having a difficult time paying his rent.
[52:23.520 --> 52:29.520]  And he's able to acquire $30,000 in high-tech equipment.
[52:29.520 --> 52:33.520] I mean, there are some of those guns I probably would have liked to see myself.
[52:33.520 --> 52:36.520]  But you just don't do that.
[52:36.520 --> 52:38.520] And if you are trying to kill people,
[52:38.520 --> 52:44.520] and if you are trying to sabotage the police who are going to be looking through your apartment,
[52:44.520 --> 52:46.520] you don't tell the police ahead of time.
[52:46.520 --> 52:50.520]  You don't tell them, oh, I think I have explosives.
[52:50.520 --> 52:56.520] And based on the descriptions that I heard just in the mainstream media,
[52:56.520 --> 53:03.520] it was not explosives that were put together by some lunatic college student.
[53:03.520 --> 53:06.520]  This stuff was ultra-high-tech.
[53:06.520 --> 53:12.520] You had to be in the military to even know about some of this stuff.
[53:12.520 --> 53:18.520] So there's way too much information that conflicts with the mainstream media story,
[53:18.520 --> 53:22.520] conflicts with common sense and reality.
[53:22.520 --> 53:29.520] And so there are a lot of people who are aware that this is not normal
[53:29.520 --> 53:38.520] and that I think more and more people are beginning to carry their pistols concealed
[53:38.520 --> 53:42.520] with or without a concealed carry for them.
[53:42.520 --> 53:43.520]  Well, absolutely.
[53:43.520 --> 53:48.520] And yeah, here's the other thing that I've noticed about all these shootings.
[53:48.520 --> 53:54.520] They always seem to happen in a gun-free zone, which is absolutely by design,
[53:54.520 --> 54:00.520] because, oh, they can't have it come out on the news that an ordinary citizen
[54:00.520 --> 54:05.520] who happened to be carrying a pistol saved a theater full of people
[54:05.520 --> 54:09.520] stopped down a crazed gunman who was trying to kill everybody.
[54:09.520 --> 54:10.520]  Now, they can't have that.
[54:10.520 --> 54:17.520] And so they always pull off these staged false-flag gun shootings at a place
[54:17.520 --> 54:22.520]  where it's in a so-called gun-free zone.
[54:22.520 --> 54:24.520] What is your take on that, Michael?
[54:24.520 --> 54:25.520]  I think you're right.
[54:25.520 --> 54:30.520] I think it improves the chances that you can have a massacre
[54:30.520 --> 54:34.520] and that it's all to induce fear.
[54:34.520 --> 54:39.520] I thought the government doesn't want to come and take your guns.
[54:39.520 --> 54:45.520] They would much prefer you turn in your guns voluntarily because you are terrified.
[54:45.520 --> 54:51.520] And so all of these events are designed to terrify the average person
[54:51.520 --> 54:57.520] and to basically create a condition in the United States
[54:57.520 --> 55:01.520] where, oh, my gosh, we're looking for the government to take care of us.
[55:01.520 --> 55:06.520] And here, here, take my gun so that you can protect me.
[55:06.520 --> 55:10.520] And that's certainly not going to happen with me.
[55:10.520 --> 55:16.520] Michael, I think a good portion of the American public are just like you.
[55:16.520 --> 55:22.520] And I think if this was, in fact, designed for that purpose,
[55:22.520 --> 55:32.520] it was designed by absolute morons who had no understanding of the nature of the human animal.
[55:32.520 --> 55:37.520] And the gun sales indicate the nature of the human animal.
[55:37.520 --> 55:39.520] We look at what went on.
[55:39.520 --> 55:46.520] This guy come into a theater full of people and killed 70, he shot 70, killed 12,
[55:46.520 --> 55:48.520]  and nobody shot back.
[55:48.520 --> 55:50.520] What the heck is going on here?
[55:50.520 --> 55:52.520]  Because it was a gun-free zone, Randy.
[55:52.520 --> 55:54.520]  I understand that.
[55:54.520 --> 56:01.520] The response of the people is, don't take away our guns, give the good guys the guns,
[56:01.520 --> 56:03.520] and this would not happen.
[56:03.520 --> 56:07.520] The American people seem to understand that.
[56:07.520 --> 56:09.520]  Well, see, here's the thing that I'm concerned about,
[56:09.520 --> 56:14.520] that the people who orchestrated this aren't as much morons as we'd like to think they are,
[56:14.520 --> 56:19.520] but rather they know that this is going to be a polarizing event.
[56:19.520 --> 56:22.520] And I'm afraid they're trying to bring civil war down upon us,
[56:22.520 --> 56:27.520] but I certainly hope that that does not take place.
[56:27.520 --> 56:29.520] Eddie, did you want to say something?
[56:29.520 --> 56:30.520]  Yeah, I got two comments.
[56:30.520 --> 56:34.520] First and foremost, I'll keep all my guns and my bullets,
[56:34.520 --> 56:38.520] but I'll be happy to give them all the lead projectiles they want.
[56:38.520 --> 56:48.520] And the second thing is, is that I can absolutely confirm that idiots with guns trying to cause harm to people in crowds can be easily stopped.
[56:48.520 --> 56:54.520] While I was actually living in Aurora up there as a computer consultant in the Air Force,
[56:54.520 --> 57:00.520] I went to one of the gun shows down at the big exposition center they had down there at the time.
[57:00.520 --> 57:04.520] And while the gun show was going on, I mean, this place was packed.
[57:04.520 --> 57:09.520] It was wall-to-wall gun sellers, people buying them, you name it.
[57:09.520 --> 57:16.520] And two guys walked in and tried to hold the place up.
[57:16.520 --> 57:23.520] And they were both shot nine times before they could finish getting the words out of their mouth.
[57:23.520 --> 57:24.520]  Wow.
[57:24.520 --> 57:26.520]  Both of them lived.
[57:26.520 --> 57:36.520] Nobody's shot to kill, but neither guy managed to get his hand gun above his belt before somebody had him on the floor.
[57:36.520 --> 57:37.520]  Amazing.
[57:37.520 --> 57:39.520]  Erica is a wonderful place.
[57:39.520 --> 57:41.520]  It certainly is.
[57:41.520 --> 57:47.520] And yeah, this event has all the hallmarks of the staged Patsy false flag op.
[57:47.520 --> 57:51.520] I mean, just the fact that this guy goes in and he doesn't know who he is.
[57:51.520 --> 57:55.520] He shoots up the place and then he goes and turns himself in.
[57:55.520 --> 57:56.520]  Nobody does that.
[57:56.520 --> 57:57.520]  This is ridiculous.
[57:57.520 --> 58:00.520] I mean, he may as well have been sitting there reading Catcher in the Rye.
[58:00.520 --> 58:01.520]  Come on.
[58:01.520 --> 58:04.520] Anyways, we're at the end of the segment of Michael.
[58:04.520 --> 58:05.520] Thank you so much for joining us tonight.
[58:05.520 --> 58:07.520] You have any final comments for us?
[58:07.520 --> 58:14.520] Keep your powder dry, folks, and contribute to all the good candidates we need to take our country back.
[58:14.520 --> 58:15.520]  Absolutely.
[58:15.520 --> 58:21.520]  Castada2012.com, that's C-A-S-I-G-A, 2012.com.
[58:21.520 --> 58:27.520]  And also gerson2012.com, G-E-R-S-O-N, 2012.com.
[58:27.520 --> 58:29.520] Folks, we're at the top of the hour.
[58:29.520 --> 58:30.520] We have one more hour left.
[58:30.520 --> 58:35.520] If you'd like to call in and ask questions, we have open topic, open phone lines after this.
[58:35.520 --> 58:38.520]  512-646-1984.
[58:38.520 --> 58:40.520] This is the Rule of Law.
[58:40.520 --> 58:43.520] I'm Deborah Stevens here with Eddie Craig and Randy Kelton.
[58:43.520 --> 59:09.520] We will be right back after the top of the hour break.
[59:09.520 --> 59:16.520]  We'll be right back.
[59:39.520 --> 59:43.520]  888-551-0102.
[59:43.520 --> 59:47.520]  Or by ordering online at freestudybible.com.
[59:47.520 --> 59:52.520]  That's freestudybible.com.
[59:52.520 --> 01:00:02.520]  You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:00:02.520 --> 01:00:05.520] Ditch those greasy burgers and gooey donuts.
[01:00:05.520 --> 01:00:08.520] Not only will they make you fat, they'll increase your risk of depression.
[01:00:08.520 --> 01:00:15.520] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you about a new study on the link between fast food and poor mental health next.
[01:00:38.520 --> 01:00:48.520] As if you needed another reason to eat healthy, here's one more.
[01:00:48.520 --> 01:00:54.520] A new study shows the more fast food you eat, the more likely you are to become clinically depressed.
[01:00:54.520 --> 01:00:59.520] Spanish researchers monitored 9,000 people who had never been diagnosed with depression.
[01:00:59.520 --> 01:01:06.520] After just six months, they found that those who ate fast food were 50% more likely to develop depression than those who didn't.
[01:01:06.520 --> 01:01:14.520] Participants who ate just small amounts of fast food or commercially baked goods like donuts or croissants were more susceptible to mental illness.
[01:01:14.520 --> 01:01:18.520] So swap those hot dogs and fries for veggies, fish and fruit.
[01:01:18.520 --> 01:01:21.520] Your mind and your middle will love you for it.
[01:01:21.520 --> 01:01:32.520] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:01:32.520 --> 01:01:36.520] This is number one in life expectancy, right? Well, maybe not.
[01:01:36.520 --> 01:01:41.520] Recent discoveries have people wondering if those famous 100-year-old Japanese aren't just a scam.
[01:01:41.520 --> 01:01:45.520] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, back with the bizarre details next.
[01:01:45.520 --> 01:01:51.520] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:01:51.520 --> 01:01:56.520] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:01:56.520 --> 01:02:01.520] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[01:02:01.520 --> 01:02:11.520] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. This message is brought to you by startpage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo and Bing.
[01:02:11.520 --> 01:02:14.520]  Start over with startpage.
[01:02:14.520 --> 01:02:18.520] For Japanese investigators, it was a gruesome discovery.
[01:02:18.520 --> 01:02:24.520] The bones of an elderly woman thought to be alive were found in a backpack belonging to her son.
[01:02:24.520 --> 01:02:28.520] Why had he stashed his mother's remains instead of giving her a decent burial?
[01:02:28.520 --> 01:02:31.520] Well, the sordid truth was more about money than gruesomeness.
[01:02:31.520 --> 01:02:38.520] As it happens, he never reported his mother's death back in 2001 and had been collecting her benefits ever since.
[01:02:38.520 --> 01:02:44.520] The discovery is just one of many suggesting the Japanese may not live as long as we thought.
[01:02:44.520 --> 01:02:52.520] In a nationwide search, more than 200,000 so-called centenarians or 100-year-olds have turned up to be dead or missing.
[01:02:52.520 --> 01:03:01.520] At Dr. Cameron Albrecht for startpage.com, the world's most private search engine.

[01:03:11.520 --> 01:03:40.520] Okay folks, we are back for hour two of this August 9th, 2012 edition of Rule of Law.
[01:03:40.520 --> 01:03:49.520] We just got finished talking with the legendary Michael Badnarik and also David Gerson for Congress.
[01:03:49.520 --> 01:03:58.520]  Again, folks, those websites are gerson2012.com, G-E-R-S-O-N, 2012.com, and Casada2012.com.
[01:03:58.520 --> 01:04:05.520] That's the candidate that Michael Badnarik is supporting, Tisha Casada, C-A-S-I-D-A, 2012.com.
[01:04:05.520 --> 01:04:12.520] And I had another announcement to make before we continue on with the show with the other topics.
[01:04:12.520 --> 01:04:20.520] This coming Monday, we have another guest for y'all, again, the legendary, the one and only Richard Gage,
[01:04:20.520 --> 01:04:23.520] founder of Architects and Engineers for 9-Eleven Truth.
[01:04:23.520 --> 01:04:28.520] The man is one of my all-time heroes. We've had him on the show several times.
[01:04:28.520 --> 01:04:36.520] We broadcasted the show live from Brave New Books a few weeks ago when he was in town on his tour.
[01:04:36.520 --> 01:04:39.520] And that was just, we just had a fantastic time.
[01:04:39.520 --> 01:04:43.520] We aired the Q&A, the question and answer, the whole thing.
[01:04:43.520 --> 01:04:46.520] And he is coming back to Texas.
[01:04:46.520 --> 01:04:53.520] This coming Tuesday, the 14th, he is going to be in Houston.
[01:04:53.520 --> 01:04:59.520] The 15th, he will be in San Antonio. Technically, he will be in New Braunfels at the Tap House,
[01:04:59.520 --> 01:05:05.520] which is owned by architect Ron Avery, who was also at the Brave New Books event.
[01:05:05.520 --> 01:05:13.520] And he will, Richard Gage will be at the Tap House on the 15th at 7 p.m., which is in New Braunfels,
[01:05:13.520 --> 01:05:17.520] to show for a screening of his new documentary, Experts Speak Out.
[01:05:17.520 --> 01:05:23.520] And on the 16th, he will be in Dallas. So Richard Gage is making an encore appearance.
[01:05:23.520 --> 01:05:31.520] He is making a return to Texas. And this coming Monday, the 13th, he will be guest on our show
[01:05:31.520 --> 01:05:37.520] for a few segments, if not the entire show, to talk about these upcoming events.
[01:05:37.520 --> 01:05:43.520] And so, folks, we all want you to join us this coming Monday for the encore appearance of Richard Gage
[01:05:43.520 --> 01:05:49.520] on the Rule of Law. And also, anyone in the Austin area, San Antonio area,
[01:05:49.520 --> 01:05:55.520] New Braunfels, Central Texas area, make it out to the Tap House, the one and only Tap House
[01:05:55.520 --> 01:06:01.520] in New Braunfels owned by architect Ron Avery. That is this coming Wednesday, the 15th at 7 p.m.
[01:06:01.520 --> 01:06:09.520] Now, that is during the time that normally the Truth Exposed radio show hosted by Cody Heston,
[01:06:09.520 --> 01:06:15.520] Medina and others, CJ and Rob, they've got some other co-hosts now that they are working with.
[01:06:15.520 --> 01:06:21.520] Their show is every Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. And so, we are working with them right now
[01:06:21.520 --> 01:06:27.520] to see if there's any way that we can have them do their show live from the Tap House
[01:06:27.520 --> 01:06:33.520] so that we can cover the event live and also interview Richard Gage live again on Wednesday
[01:06:33.520 --> 01:06:38.520] to talk about the recent developments with architects and engineers for 9-11 Truths.
[01:06:38.520 --> 01:06:42.520] So, folks, don't miss it. If you haven't met Richard Gage yet, you've got to make it out.
[01:06:42.520 --> 01:06:46.520] He is just an incredible person. He's so down to earth. He's so humble.
[01:06:46.520 --> 01:06:52.520] He has got a great sense of humor. And it's just an overall really wonderful person to spend time with.
[01:06:52.520 --> 01:06:57.520] So, I hope you will make it out if you are in the Central Texas area.
[01:06:57.520 --> 01:07:03.520] Okay. With that, I will turn the show back over to Eddie.
[01:07:03.520 --> 01:07:07.520] This time, Eddie has some material that he'd like to cover. Go ahead, Eddie.
[01:07:07.520 --> 01:07:14.520] Yeah, I've spent the day today helping somebody out with a case regarding a red light camera ticket.
[01:07:14.520 --> 01:07:20.520] And what I'm looking at right now is a copy of the so-called citation they print up in mail,
[01:07:20.520 --> 01:07:24.520] which is really not a citation at all.
[01:07:24.520 --> 01:07:31.520] But I'm going through this and I'm looking at it, and I'm going to clue you in as to some of the things these citations contain
[01:07:31.520 --> 01:07:36.520] that should show you right up front why they are not applicable to you.
[01:07:36.520 --> 01:07:42.520] First and foremost, this thing in no way, shape, or form constitutes a sworn complaint.
[01:07:42.520 --> 01:07:48.520] Though they did try to, as far as the city of Elgin, Texas goes,
[01:07:48.520 --> 01:07:56.520] they did try to make it appear like a complaint, at least as far as how they styled the boxes on it.
[01:07:56.520 --> 01:08:02.520] For instance, they've got an honor about date, at a time, at location,
[01:08:02.520 --> 01:08:06.520] the name of the accused, and the address, and the city, and the state, and the zip.
[01:08:06.520 --> 01:08:10.520]  And in a little box, they've got did unlawfully.
[01:08:10.520 --> 01:08:17.520] And then they've got a checkbox for operate slash drive, or another box for park.
[01:08:17.520 --> 01:08:21.520] And then they give a description of the year making model of the car.
[01:08:21.520 --> 01:08:26.520] They have another box that then says, did then in there commit the following violation,
[01:08:26.520 --> 01:08:31.520] the fact supporting this belief are as follows, failure to obey a traffic signal.
[01:08:31.520 --> 01:08:35.520]  That's the only fact it lists.
[01:08:35.520 --> 01:08:43.520] In violation of city of Elgin ordinance number 2010-09-07-12.
[01:08:43.520 --> 01:08:47.520] Below that is another box that contains this statement.
[01:08:47.520 --> 01:08:54.520] A law enforcement officer of the city of Elgin police department has reviewed and observed the recorded image set forth above,
[01:08:54.520 --> 01:09:01.520] and based there upon has found reasonable and probable grounds to believe that an offense has been committed,
[01:09:01.520 --> 01:09:07.520] and can identify the license tag number on the violating vehicle.
[01:09:07.520 --> 01:09:14.520] Sworn to or affirmed by, and it's got some idiots reproduced at signature.
[01:09:14.520 --> 01:09:22.520] I'm assuming this is rubber stamped or written off an electronic pad according to the thickness of the writing of the signature.
[01:09:22.520 --> 01:09:25.520]  So it's not an original signature.
[01:09:25.520 --> 01:09:38.520] Right below that is another box that says, on information, the Elgin police department certifies that the above facts are true and punishable by a civil penalty of $75.
[01:09:38.520 --> 01:09:45.520] And then down the right side next to all this, it's got three pictures of the car, including the license plate.
[01:09:45.520 --> 01:09:52.520] Now, when you flip this over on the back, it's got all kinds of little instructions.
[01:09:52.520 --> 01:09:57.520] Well, one of these instructions says, request an administrative hearing.
[01:09:57.520 --> 01:10:03.520] You may contest the imposition of the civil penalty by requesting an administrative hearing.
[01:10:03.520 --> 01:10:07.520] You must sign the coupon below and mail it in the enclosed envelope,
[01:10:07.520 --> 01:10:10.520] so it is received by the due date stated on the front of the notice.
[01:10:10.520 --> 01:10:15.520] When the administrative hearing is scheduled, you will be notified of the location date and time of your hearing.
[01:10:15.520 --> 01:10:19.520] If you request a hearing and fail to appear at the time and place of the hearing,
[01:10:19.520 --> 01:10:25.520] it is considered an admission of liability and a waiver of your right to appeal the imposition of the civil penalty.
[01:10:25.520 --> 01:10:35.520] The request for an administrative hearing may subject the violator to an administration fee if found liable or if a failure to appear judgment is made.
[01:10:35.520 --> 01:10:43.520] Now, let me clarify something here first and foremost regarding this administrative hearing.
[01:10:43.520 --> 01:10:59.520] By definition alone, the people in any state of the union cannot be charged and found guilty and assessed a penalty of any kind in a non-judicial proceeding.
[01:10:59.520 --> 01:11:06.520] That, by any definition, is a bill of pains and penalties.
[01:11:06.520 --> 01:11:18.520] A bill of pains and penalties is defined as a legislative determination or administrative determination of guilt without judicial review.
[01:11:18.520 --> 01:11:27.520] Now, I called Elgin and I asked them, who specifically conducts these alleged administrative hearings?
[01:11:27.520 --> 01:11:36.520] And with a straight face, they told me that the lieutenant in the Elgin Police Department conducts these administrative hearings.
[01:11:36.520 --> 01:11:39.520] So let me make sure I've got this right.
[01:11:39.520 --> 01:11:47.520] Some company in Phoenix, Arizona, takes a picture of your car, their computers process it.
[01:11:47.520 --> 01:11:58.520] They send it to the Elgin Police Department, who then uses the information to assert a violation of some alleged ordinance.
[01:11:58.520 --> 01:12:16.520] And then after the police department makes the accusation, the police department then certifies the citation, then the police department conducts the hearing to determine whether or not you have to pay.
[01:12:16.520 --> 01:12:21.520] Does anyone out there see a problem with this?
[01:12:21.520 --> 01:12:42.520] Now, the other problem here is, there is no way an executive functionary, like a police officer, can be given any authority whatsoever to perform any type of what should be a judicial proceeding.
[01:12:42.520 --> 01:12:50.520] Administrative, great. The problem is, the people are not subject to administrative hearings.
[01:12:50.520 --> 01:13:03.520] If you're going to tell me I'm subject to an administrative hearing, then you must first prove that I was engaged in a regular activity associated with your administrative authority.
[01:13:03.520 --> 01:13:12.520] If you can't do that, then you have no power and authority to pull me into this administrative anything.
[01:13:12.520 --> 01:13:32.520] And you certainly can't tell me that I have to participate or I forfeit my right not to have my money taken or my property basically seized because I can't get it registered at the next time it comes due if you report me for not paying your allegation on this ticket.
[01:13:32.520 --> 01:13:38.520] So what I did today was I spent time writing up an affidavit for this individual.
[01:13:38.520 --> 01:13:43.520] And I'm not going to give out their name, but I'm just going to go through some of the facts I've got stated in this.
[01:13:43.520 --> 01:13:58.520] First, it is an undisputed fact that the people of Texas are the only true inherent political power holders in Texas and that we reserve that inherent power specifically to ourselves in Article 1, Section 2 of the Texas Constitution.
[01:13:58.520 --> 01:14:08.520] It is an undisputed fact that Staten is one or the individual is one of the people of Texas and as such is one of the holders of all inherent political power.
[01:14:08.520 --> 01:14:29.520] It is an undisputed fact that no one cannot compel or empower, authorize, delegate or in any way impart a power and authority to their political trustees in their official capacity as public servants if the individual themselves do not possess the power.
[01:14:29.520 --> 01:14:46.520] It is an undisputed fact that no one has the power to subjugate their fellow political power holders to participate in non-judicial administrative proceedings in violation of their individual rights and the provisions and protections of the Texas Constitution.
[01:14:46.520 --> 01:14:51.520] Thus they cannot act to subjugate anyone in violation of their rights for the same reason.
[01:14:51.520 --> 01:15:10.520] It is an undisputed fact that the Texas legislature has no authority whatsoever to create a non-judicial administrative proceeding process and grant it power and authority over one of the true inherent political power holders in their private capacity or over their private property,
[01:15:10.520 --> 01:15:20.520] or any of the other people of Texas in their private capacities in direct violation of the constitutional prohibition of bills of attainer and bills of pains and penalties.
[01:15:20.520 --> 01:15:40.520] It is an undisputed fact that none of the people of Texas can empower, authorize, delegate or in any way impart a power and authority to their political trustees in their official capacities as public servants that could or would violate the rights of any one of the people or the prohibitions and protections of the Texas Constitution
[01:15:40.520 --> 01:15:44.520] and that they themselves do not individually possess.
[01:15:44.520 --> 01:15:51.520] It is an undisputed fact that Black's Law Dictionary 6th edition defines bill of pains and penalties as,
[01:15:51.520 --> 01:16:07.520] bill of attainer, legislative acts, no matter what their form, that apply either to named individuals or to easily ascertainable members of a group in such a way as to inflict punishment on them without a judicial trial,
[01:16:07.520 --> 01:16:15.520] and then it says, bill of pains and penalties, C, bill of attainer, above. That's how it's defined in Black's.
[01:16:15.520 --> 01:16:28.520] Now, it is an undisputed fact that both bills of attainer and bills of pains and penalties are constitutionally prohibited under Article 1, Section 16 of the Texas Constitution and therefore are patently illegal.
[01:16:28.520 --> 01:16:32.520] It is an undisputed fact that the individual is in receipt.
[01:16:32.520 --> 01:16:38.520] Alright folks, we're about to go to break. This is rule of law radio. I'll finish this up on the other side. It's not very long.

[01:20:15.520 --> 01:20:25.520] Alright folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio. Okay, I'm finishing up with an affidavit dealing with a red-light camera ticket, and we'll get this done and we'll talk about it for a minute.
[01:20:25.520 --> 01:20:43.520] Okay, it is an undisputed fact that the individual is in receipt of what is commonly known as a red-light camera citation, hearing after bill of pains and penalties, displaying the notice number, blah, blah, blah, and sent to her abode via non-certified U.S. mail C attached.
[01:20:43.520 --> 01:20:51.520] And I'm gonna have a copy of this citation with orange circles around each of the relevant pieces of information I'm referencing.
[01:20:51.520 --> 01:21:01.520] It is an undisputed fact that the bill of pains and penalties is dated 709-2012 and asserts that the alleged violation occurred on 701-2012 at 11.30 p.m.
[01:21:01.520 --> 01:21:15.520] It is an undisputed fact that the bill of pains and penalties is signed by someone alleging to be an officer of the city of Elgin Police Department, but the individual cannot read the full name with any reliability of it being true and correct, see attached.
[01:21:15.520 --> 01:21:29.520] It is an undisputed fact that the alleged officer's signature on the bill of pains and penalties appears to have been artificially reproduced on the original document and subsequent copies and is not an original signature, see attached.
[01:21:29.520 --> 01:21:46.520] It is an undisputed fact that the alleged officer's signature on the bill of pains and penalties is unverified and therefore the statement is not made under oath as a sworn statement, though it falsely states that it is immediately preceding the signature, see attached.
[01:21:46.520 --> 01:22:02.520] It is an undisputed fact that the alleged officer's signature on the bill of pains and penalties, wait a minute, I hate it when the scroll doesn't work, is an undisputed fact that the individual was neither in nor near the automobile in question on the alleged date and time.
[01:22:02.520 --> 01:22:09.520] It is an undisputed fact that the individual was not in legal possession or control of the automobile in question at the alleged date and time.
[01:22:09.520 --> 01:22:19.520] It is an undisputed fact that there is no photograph showing and proving that the individual was in near, in nor near the automobile when the alleged violation occurred.
[01:22:19.520 --> 01:22:28.520] It is an undisputed fact that there is no photograph showing and proving that the individual was in legal possession and control of the automobile when the alleged violation occurred.
[01:22:28.520 --> 01:22:33.780] occurred. It is an undisputed fact that there is no evidence whatsoever in the possession
[01:22:33.780 --> 01:22:38.700] of the alleged officer or the Elgin Police Department that could or would contradict
[01:22:38.700 --> 01:22:44.100] these statements of fact. It is an undisputed fact that the individual is not and cannot
[01:22:44.100 --> 01:22:49.860] be held liable for simply being incapable of providing information as to who actually
[01:22:49.860 --> 01:22:55.420] was in legal possession and control of the automobile as she was not present at the location
[01:22:55.420 --> 01:23:00.700] of the alleged offense on the alleged date and time and therefore has absolutely no
[01:23:00.700 --> 01:23:06.080] knowledge as to whom that might be. It is an undisputed fact that for any type of allegation
[01:23:06.080 --> 01:23:10.980] or assertion the burden of proof is on the individual or body making the allegation or
[01:23:10.980 --> 01:23:15.780] assertion to prove the facts and the truth of the matter. It is not a duty of the one
[01:23:15.780 --> 01:23:21.260] being accused to disprove the allegations or assertions. It is an undisputed fact that
[01:23:21.260 --> 01:23:26.660] the alleged officer in the Elgin Police Department appear to be trying to establish guilt by ownership
[01:23:26.660 --> 01:23:33.100] or association through false allegations pretending to be facts rather than by actual provable
[01:23:33.100 --> 01:23:38.260] facts supported by real evidence and law. It is an undisputed fact that the alleged
[01:23:38.260 --> 01:23:43.260] officer has stated on the face of the bill in pains and penalties that the alleged violation
[01:23:43.260 --> 01:23:48.540] was perpetrated by a violating vehicle and there is no mention of his having witnessed
[01:23:48.540 --> 01:23:53.460] the individual as the one behind the wheel of the automobile. It is an undisputed fact
[01:23:53.460 --> 01:23:59.740] that the individual is not a violating vehicle. She is a living, breathing woman. It is an
[01:23:59.740 --> 01:24:04.540] undisputed fact that immediately below the alleged officer's signature appears the following
[01:24:04.540 --> 01:24:09.340] statement. On information the Elgin Police Department certifies that the above facts
[01:24:09.340 --> 01:24:15.460] are true and punishable by a civil penalty of $75. See attached. It is an undisputed
[01:24:15.460 --> 01:24:20.460] fact that the alleged officer has knowingly willingly and intentionally made false statements
[01:24:20.460 --> 01:24:26.380] in this bill of pains and penalties by asserting that the above facts stated within it are
[01:24:26.380 --> 01:24:32.380] true when he and the Elgin Police Department falsely swears that the individual was the
[01:24:32.380 --> 01:24:37.700] one in legal possession and control while having absolutely no clue or evidence as to
[01:24:37.700 --> 01:24:43.580] who was behind the wheel of the automobile at the time. See attached. It is an undisputed
[01:24:43.580 --> 01:24:48.260] fact that both the officer in the Elgin Police Department are falsifying facts in this bill
[01:24:48.260 --> 01:24:53.540] of pains and penalties in order to intimidate, threaten, and possibly seize the individual's
[01:24:53.540 --> 01:25:00.380] property in the form of monetary fines or by preventing her from registering her automobile
[01:25:00.380 --> 01:25:05.220] for her own private and personal use and that of her family. It is an undisputed fact that
[01:25:05.220 --> 01:25:10.220] the reverse of the bill of pains and penalties states that statin the individual must request
[01:25:10.220 --> 01:25:15.580] an administrative hearing in order to contest the allegation made by the bill of pains and
[01:25:15.580 --> 01:25:21.300] penalties. See attached. It is an undisputed fact that the individual cannot be accused,
[01:25:21.300 --> 01:25:26.460] tried, and judged and convicted by a single entity, the Elgin Police Department, and the
[01:25:26.460 --> 01:25:31.820] officers within it as such proceedings are patently illegal and repugnant to the individual's
[01:25:31.820 --> 01:25:37.500] right of due process. In other words, an administrative proceeding violates the individual's right
[01:25:37.500 --> 01:25:42.900] of due process and a judicial determination of guilt or innocence. It is an undisputed
[01:25:42.900 --> 01:25:48.300] fact that the individual objects to any form of administrative proceeding illegally pretending
[01:25:48.300 --> 01:25:53.300] to make a determination of guilt or innocence without judicial review and violation of the
[01:25:53.300 --> 01:25:59.140] individual's right to trial by jury even in a civil proceeding. It is an undisputed fact
[01:25:59.140 --> 01:26:03.580] that the individual refuses to be bullied and stolen from by her public servants through
[01:26:03.580 --> 01:26:09.020] the use of patently illegal processes, proceedings, and other means. It is an undisputed fact
[01:26:09.020 --> 01:26:15.300] that the individual will not waive her right to a proper judicial finding of fact proceeding
[01:26:15.300 --> 01:26:21.540] or her right to a jury trial in such matters in order to participate in any such administrative
[01:26:21.540 --> 01:26:27.500] proceeding nor can she be constrained to a time limit in which to reserve those protected
[01:26:27.500 --> 01:26:31.940] rights. Those rights belong to the individual regardless of the length of time taken to
[01:26:31.940 --> 01:26:38.020] respond and she does not and will not waive them. It is an undisputed fact that the individual
[01:26:38.020 --> 01:26:42.940] will not pay a fine for an alleged violation that she had no part in committing whatsoever,
[01:26:42.940 --> 01:26:47.620] especially where there is no actual proof and evidence to the contrary simply because
[01:26:47.620 --> 01:26:53.220] she happens to own the property allegedly used to commit the alleged violation. That's
[01:26:53.220 --> 01:26:56.580] it. Alright, Randy Debra, I'd love to hear your
[01:26:56.580 --> 01:27:05.380] comments on this. Okay, there are some facts in there I dispute.
[01:27:05.380 --> 01:27:21.180] Such as? Well, I did have a bit of a concern is that you're stating as undisputed facts,
[01:27:21.180 --> 01:27:31.180] opinions and beliefs and presuppositions, where you presuppose in the section of the
[01:27:31.180 --> 01:27:33.700] speech. See, on this notice, that's exactly what
[01:27:33.700 --> 01:27:38.060] the officer did. Do you know how a criminal complaint must say I have reason to believe
[01:27:38.060 --> 01:27:44.100] and do believe? This doesn't say that. This simply says has found reasonable and probable
[01:27:44.100 --> 01:27:53.020] grounds to believe. Okay, and if this office is a complaint. Okay, that's the same thing.
[01:27:53.020 --> 01:27:56.260] It's not the same thing. It absolutely is not the same thing.
[01:27:56.260 --> 01:28:03.300] The substance did not exactly be precisely. I've got Texas case law that says reason
[01:28:03.300 --> 01:28:14.900] to believe alone is insufficient. It absolutely will not fly. It has to say I have reason
[01:28:14.900 --> 01:28:21.940] to believe and do believe without that do believe it will not fly.
[01:28:21.940 --> 01:28:29.060] Yeah, okay, as a criminal complaint, correct, or a civil complaint known. This is to civil
[01:28:29.060 --> 01:28:35.860] complaint is totally different from a criminal complaint. The civil complaint is a civil
[01:28:35.860 --> 01:28:39.780] lawsuit and it doesn't have to say any of that kind of stuff.
[01:28:39.780 --> 01:28:45.900] Yeah, this isn't that either. Okay, and just have other, there are things
[01:28:45.900 --> 01:28:54.220] in there where you state as uncontested fact, issues that would absolutely be contested.
[01:28:54.220 --> 01:29:00.940] Such as? The first part of it was such as is an uncontested
[01:29:00.940 --> 01:29:07.140] fact that the I didn't memorize it as you went through it. There's so many issues.
[01:29:07.140 --> 01:29:17.780] But that the defendant will not be something or bullied. I forget how that went. You were
[01:29:17.780 --> 01:29:28.020] stating an opinion of the defendant, which was not an uncontested fact. You stated as
[01:29:28.020 --> 01:29:37.220] an uncontested fact that the police department had no evidence. I think that would be a contested
[01:29:37.220 --> 01:29:43.780] fact. They would say they do have evidence. Well, they can't have evidence. The individual
[01:29:43.780 --> 01:29:48.620] was not in the car. There's absolutely no way they have that evidence.
[01:29:48.620 --> 01:29:52.380]  That's your opinion. That's not an uncontested fact.
[01:29:52.380 --> 01:30:00.300]  No, it's a physical impossibility. We'll be right back, folks.
[01:30:00.300 --> 01:30:05.660] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11.
[01:30:05.660 --> 01:30:10.380] The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1500 architects and engineers have
[01:30:10.380 --> 01:30:14.660] concluded it was a controlled demolition. Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have
[01:30:14.660 --> 01:30:19.220] given their lives. Thousands of my fellow first responders have died. I'm not a conspiracy
[01:30:19.220 --> 01:30:22.220]  theorist. I'm a structural engineer. I'm a New York City correction officer. I'm an
[01:30:22.220 --> 01:30:27.300] Air Force pilot. I'm a father who lost his son. We're Americans and we deserve the truth.

[01:32:27.620 --> 01:32:43.500] Alright folks, we are back. This is Rule of Law Radio, calling number 512-646-1984. Randy
[01:32:43.500 --> 01:32:48.260] and I will continue the great debate later on as far as whether or not this constitutes
[01:32:48.260 --> 01:32:54.660] good, bad or ugly. But for the most part, folks, when you take a look at these cameras
[01:32:54.660 --> 01:33:01.820] and what they are doing with them, they can't reasonably, lawfully survive by what they
[01:33:01.820 --> 01:33:07.660] are doing. The legislature does not have the power and authority to create an administrative
[01:33:07.660 --> 01:33:15.180] process and use that to steal money in the form of fines in order to deny us our rightful
[01:33:15.180 --> 01:33:16.660]  judicial processes.
[01:33:16.660 --> 01:33:25.020] Yeah, that was the part that really interested me was where the police department is trying
[01:33:25.020 --> 01:33:34.660] to apply an administrative remedy. How much of that administrative remedy is written into
[01:33:34.660 --> 01:33:39.940] the red light camera statute? Or is there a specific statute for red light camera?
[01:33:39.940 --> 01:33:44.540] Yeah, there is a specific transportation code statute for it. But in this case, they're
[01:33:44.540 --> 01:33:49.820] trying to hold this proceeding under an Elgin City ordinance. Well, I got news for them.
[01:33:49.820 --> 01:33:58.340] A police officer cannot adjudicate an ordinance any more than he can a state law. He's an
[01:33:58.340 --> 01:34:00.340]  executive functionary.
[01:34:00.340 --> 01:34:07.780] Okay, wait a minute. The administrative structure, is that written into the statute or is this
[01:34:07.780 --> 01:34:08.780] something the city made up?
[01:34:08.780 --> 01:34:14.820] Yeah, the statute specifically calls it a civil penalty, which they do here, but they assess
[01:34:14.820 --> 01:34:20.500] the penalty in an administrative proceeding that they cannot do.
[01:34:20.500 --> 01:34:28.140] Okay, the legislature, the statute doesn't address it in any way in administrative proceeding.
[01:34:28.140 --> 01:34:32.580] I haven't read it thoroughly enough to be 100% sure about that. I know it does address
[01:34:32.580 --> 01:34:37.420] it as civil, but I have not looked at it hard enough to see exactly what type of settings
[01:34:37.420 --> 01:34:39.380] that can be applied to.
[01:34:39.380 --> 01:34:48.900] But even then, administrative would either have to go to a contraction. You can't go
[01:34:48.900 --> 01:34:54.620] to a contraction. That would have to go to employee relationships.
[01:34:54.620 --> 01:35:00.540] Yeah, it's basically if they're charging you on them under an ordinance.
[01:35:00.540 --> 01:35:07.340] Yeah, municipal ordinance. But even if it weren't municipal ordinance, which we maintain
[01:35:07.340 --> 01:35:14.140] the municipality can only write an ordinance that affects its employees, even if it didn't,
[01:35:14.140 --> 01:35:21.220] any time we go to an administrative procedure, that is a procedure that can only be gotten
[01:35:21.220 --> 01:35:22.940]  to by contract.
[01:35:22.940 --> 01:35:28.500] Yeah, you have to agree to participate in the regular activity that the administrative
[01:35:28.500 --> 01:35:33.260] proceeding governs. That's the exact same thing it is with transportation. And this
[01:35:33.260 --> 01:35:37.980] falls directly squarely under that because this is a transportation code offense, civil
[01:35:37.980 --> 01:35:42.060]  or allegedly criminal, it's still transportation.
[01:35:42.060 --> 01:35:51.700] So I would think this officer would be acting under the auspices of internal affairs. That's
[01:35:51.700 --> 01:35:58.820] the only way he could hold an administrative proceeding. And then his jurisdiction in
[01:35:58.820 --> 01:36:05.700] the administrative proceeding would only be over employees of the department who had
[01:36:05.700 --> 01:36:08.700] agreed to the administrative remedies.
[01:36:08.700 --> 01:36:09.700]  Yeah.
[01:36:09.700 --> 01:36:12.900]  These guys have got a problem.
[01:36:12.900 --> 01:36:18.220] Well, so does the legislature for being stupid enough to try this and allowing them in Texas
[01:36:18.220 --> 01:36:19.220]  to begin with.
[01:36:19.220 --> 01:36:31.300] This would be a great case to suit a position and to sue them on as a private attorney general.
[01:36:31.300 --> 01:36:35.620] This is, you know, three, four hundred bucks. How much is this ticket? Oh, this is 75.
[01:36:35.620 --> 01:36:38.100]  How much is, okay, 75 bucks.
[01:36:38.100 --> 01:36:42.980] Yeah. And see, in any civil proceeding in excess of $20, you're guaranteed your right
[01:36:42.980 --> 01:36:47.860] to a jury trial. And so right there, they're screwed already because they're going to conduct
[01:36:47.860 --> 01:36:50.740]  an administrative hearing without a jury.
[01:36:50.740 --> 01:36:56.460] A jury trial. Well, what I'm looking at is they have put together this administrative
[01:36:56.460 --> 01:37:05.460] proceeding that allows them to collect $75 from each person. Well, $75 is not enough
[01:37:05.460 --> 01:37:10.460] for some ones to institute a major lawsuit.
[01:37:10.460 --> 01:37:21.140] So we do have the doctrine of private attorney general. Now, in the Patriot community, there
[01:37:21.140 --> 01:37:27.860] was a lot of huffing and puffing about private attorneys general a while back, and most of
[01:37:27.860 --> 01:37:36.220] it was misinterpretation or misapplication. But there is an application for private attorneys
[01:37:36.220 --> 01:37:46.460] general. You can sue as a private attorneys general on behalf of yourself and all others
[01:37:46.460 --> 01:37:56.460] similarly situated. So if she writes up a lawsuit, you have all the research done already
[01:37:56.460 --> 01:38:06.060] to show that all of these administrative procedures were outside the limits of the authority
[01:38:06.060 --> 01:38:13.820] of the municipality. And therefore, all of the fees that were collected by the department,
[01:38:13.820 --> 01:38:25.300] even if they were collected without a hearing, if people simply paid the fee, they were illegal.
[01:38:25.300 --> 01:38:35.820] And you sue them to recoup the fees in accordance with the requirements for a city, for a governmental
[01:38:35.820 --> 01:38:41.220] agency, that governmental agency collects a fine or fee that's improper, they're required
[01:38:41.220 --> 01:38:48.820] to reimburse that fee in triplicate. You don't have to sue specifically for punitive. It's
[01:38:48.820 --> 01:38:55.700] in code that any fee improperly collected should be reimbursed in triplicate. So you
[01:38:55.700 --> 01:39:00.900] sue them, ask for discovery of all of the amounts that they have collected so that you
[01:39:00.900 --> 01:39:10.020] can determine an amount in triple of all of the money saved collected. Now that sounds
[01:39:10.020 --> 01:39:11.020]  like fun.
[01:39:11.020 --> 01:39:18.580] Yeah, I would have to agree with you. Why don't you pay a few bills in the process?
[01:39:18.580 --> 01:39:28.140] I've been helping people with these lawsuits and you know it turns out I would much rather
[01:39:28.140 --> 01:39:37.580] go into a federal court and fight a civil lawsuit, especially one that I filed, then
[01:39:37.580 --> 01:39:47.900] go to traffic court. Whole lot easier. The higher level judges, they don't pull the crap
[01:39:47.900 --> 01:39:54.740] over these jerks due in the municipal courts because you get the chumps in the municipal
[01:39:54.740 --> 01:40:02.740] court. You get the lawyers that can't make it as lawyers. You get both judges and prosecutors
[01:40:02.740 --> 01:40:09.260] are the losers. Real lawyers are out there making real money driving Mazur bodies and
[01:40:09.260 --> 01:40:16.580] Cadillacs. These chumps are driving clonkers. Squeeze it a few bucks out of the government
[01:40:16.580 --> 01:40:25.180] because they can't make it as a real lawyer. So they tend to be incompetent. But when you
[01:40:25.180 --> 01:40:30.340] get into the higher courts, you don't have that problem. We just had someone go into
[01:40:30.340 --> 01:40:37.180] court today in Massachusetts as a procé for preliminary injunction and the judge told
[01:40:37.180 --> 01:40:46.540] him, I'm not going to give you your injunction, but your suit is well crafted and it looks
[01:40:46.540 --> 01:40:54.900] like you may be able to collect money damages. So he was clearly telling the lawyer on the
[01:40:54.900 --> 01:41:01.500] other side, this guy's liable to kick your behind. And the guy came out of the hearing
[01:41:01.500 --> 01:41:07.780] and was just absolutely amazed at how polite and professional the judge was and how he
[01:41:07.780 --> 01:41:11.820] treated him. It's so dramatically different what you see in traffic court. So why would
[01:41:11.820 --> 01:41:19.180] anybody go to traffic court? We'd craft all of these complex motions for traffic court.
[01:41:19.180 --> 01:41:30.220] Why don't we just sue them instead? A lot easier, a lot more fun. Costs a lot less,
[01:41:30.220 --> 01:41:37.260] like 125 bucks to get into the county court. I think it's 160 or so to get into the district
[01:41:37.260 --> 01:41:47.180] court. And most of these tickets for 500 bucks. But if you sue the city for all of the amounts
[01:41:47.180 --> 01:41:53.940]  that it's collected, there's a good chance they will play, let's make a deal.
[01:41:53.940 --> 01:42:03.900] Well, as much fun as that might be, you know, you still think it's going to make them stop.
[01:42:03.900 --> 01:42:07.980] They're not going to give up that money. You're talking millions of dollars a year, tens
[01:42:07.980 --> 01:42:12.820] of millions of dollars. No, wait a minute. You missed it. They're
[01:42:12.820 --> 01:42:19.660] running the risk of having to reimburse the entire amount in triplicate. Unless you've
[01:42:19.660 --> 01:42:28.420] got a deal with them. They understand what I understand. The courts are corrupt. The
[01:42:28.420 --> 01:42:36.980] courts are absolutely corrupt. They are so corrupt, even the guys who bought them and
[01:42:36.980 --> 01:42:43.860] paid for them can't trust them. Nobody wants to get in front of the court.
[01:42:43.860 --> 01:42:44.860]  Wow.
[01:42:44.860 --> 01:42:52.420] And then our founders had the forethought to put juries and grand juries in place. And
[01:42:52.420 --> 01:42:58.660] the problem with juries and grand juries, you just never know what they're going to
[01:42:58.660 --> 01:42:59.660]  do.
[01:42:59.660 --> 01:43:04.060] Well, so I know what they're going to do in New Hampshire. You saw what they did in New
[01:43:04.060 --> 01:43:11.500] Hampshire, right? New Hampshire governor just signed the bill to make the, uh, every judge
[01:43:11.500 --> 01:43:16.940] in the state is required to inform the jury as a fully informed jury of their right to
[01:43:16.940 --> 01:43:25.300] judge both law and fact in every case. Is that a fact? I hadn't heard about that. New Hampshire
[01:43:25.300 --> 01:43:31.460] seems to be leading the way. And I was kind of hoping Texas would balls up and do it here.
[01:43:31.460 --> 01:43:37.220] But no, everybody here is too busy watching football and smoking weed. Let's craft it
[01:43:37.220 --> 01:43:46.060] before I notice it. You're assuming they can read. You're a famous radio star. You have
[01:43:46.060 --> 01:43:53.060] lots of influence. This is Frank Kelt and David Steve, Ed Craig. We're going to go

[01:44:05.540 --> 01:44:10.300] easy. And neither is finding like-minded people to share it with. Oh, well, I guess you haven't
[01:44:10.300 --> 01:44:15.580] heard of Brave New Books then. Brave New Books? Yes. Brave New Books has all the books and

[01:44:31.100 --> 01:44:37.100] south of UT. Oh, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there. Actually, they now offer
[01:44:37.100 --> 01:44:42.460] a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind
[01:44:42.460 --> 01:44:49.260] the bookstore. It does exist. When are they open? Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to

[01:46:07.620 --> 01:46:25.620] Hello. Oh, man. Get jailed. You got wealthy men? Oh, man. I'm broke, man. Something in this world I will never
[01:46:25.620 --> 01:46:45.620] understand. Something I realize fully. Somebody's on a police, a policeman. Somebody's on a police, a bully. There's always a room at the top of the hill. I hear things of great
[01:46:45.620 --> 01:46:56.620] mind and it's lonely left too. They're wishing it was more than opposition to fear. They know that if they don't do it, somebody will
[01:46:56.620 --> 01:47:10.620] understand. And this world will never understand. Something I realize fully. Somebody's on a police, a bully. Somebody's on a
[01:47:10.620 --> 01:47:25.620] police, a bully. There's always a room at the top of the hill. Somebody's on a police, a bully. There's always a room at the top of the hill.
[01:47:25.620 --> 01:47:40.620] I thought this was the first caller that sometimes people don't hang up after their call. They stay up on our screen and it gets kind of confusing. I thought you were that first caller who never hung up and was just
[01:47:40.620 --> 01:47:52.620] listening online. It's my fault. I apologize for holding you up this long. You can beat me up for it. Are you there? Do you have a question to comment?
[01:47:52.620 --> 01:48:04.620] Yes, sir. Hey guys, I've been using, I've gotten tried out the McMurris method. I gotta tell you that stuff, it really works well. They got me a settlement agreement from this
[01:48:04.620 --> 01:48:16.620] collection agency. They didn't want to go to court. So they drafted an agreement to pay one time within ten days and to remove all the
[01:48:16.620 --> 01:48:28.620] regulatory information within three business days. Good for you, Nick. Okay. Now, they, I memorized it, sent it back to them and they lived up to their end on the
[01:48:28.620 --> 01:48:39.620] check and they also lived up to their end on the removal. They didn't do it within three business days. They did it within about six. So my question is, since there's a little
[01:48:39.620 --> 01:48:55.620] out of time on that part of it, do I have grounds for a breaches contract? No. No. What they're saying is, during that three day period, did you suffer any harm?
[01:48:55.620 --> 01:49:03.620] You know what I did, because on day four, I pulled my credit report, saw it still on there, so I immediately went to applying for things that I knew it wouldn't get.
[01:49:03.620 --> 01:49:25.620] You didn't fall off of one of those North Carolina Healy rocks yesterday, I can tell. Yes, in that case, if you have an application that has been denied, then the cause of action is
[01:49:25.620 --> 01:49:43.620] the benefit of the bargain. Look up, benefit of the bargain. Understood. You had a right to this. It's either benefit of the bargain or do not have credit.
[01:49:43.620 --> 01:50:04.620] But you definitely, you have a claim. I simply suspect that it will be very hard to adjudicate that claim. It's going to be real hard to get a judge to grant that or a jury over three days.
[01:50:04.620 --> 01:50:23.620] Because what I suspect what the lawyers are going to say is we did our end of it within the time limit. It's just that the credit reporting agencies didn't get this information processed in time.
[01:50:23.620 --> 01:50:38.620] Yes, and actually you may want to look at the fine print of the agreement, of the settlement agreement, because that is a pretty typical standard language that the attorneys that represent these debt collectors will put in the agreement
[01:50:38.620 --> 01:50:54.620] saying that they submit, they agree to submit the information to pull the derogatory information whenever they commit to do it, but that they are not going to by any means guarantee that it will, the derogatory
[01:50:54.620 --> 01:51:08.620] information will disappear off your credit record on that date because the credit reporting agencies can take up to 60 days to make a move on the information that the creditors give them.
[01:51:08.620 --> 01:51:22.620] So you probably are not really going to have much of a case there. I would say you probably barking up the wrong tree with that one. I would spend my time and efforts on going after another debt collector if I were you.
[01:51:22.620 --> 01:51:25.620] Understood. I had to ask you anyway.
[01:51:25.620 --> 01:51:36.620] Yeah, that's a good point though. I'm glad you were sharp enough to take that step. That covers your end of things.
[01:51:36.620 --> 01:51:52.620] Well, and also the other thing too is even if you did have a case, you have to look at things long term. If you're going to be pro se litigants and a successful one, you're going to be filing more lawsuits in federal court. You're going to be going after more debt collectors or you may be filing other
[01:51:52.620 --> 01:52:03.620] lawsuits for other reasons and you don't want to have a history within the court of looking like you're an unreasonable litigant.
[01:52:03.620 --> 01:52:17.620] I mean, it is a little bit unreasonable. I think to the common person, I think would think it's unreasonable to sue over breach of contract just because there's a three day delay that possibly could be blamed on another entity.
[01:52:17.620 --> 01:52:21.620]  I mean, yeah, had it been 30 or 60 days.
[01:52:21.620 --> 01:52:23.620]  Oh, that's a different story.
[01:52:23.620 --> 01:52:37.620] Then you probably had a good case. And this is after all the civil court and they do expect us to be civil and give reasonable accommodation.
[01:52:37.620 --> 01:52:57.620] If you always give the court the at least the impression that you have acted reasonably in order to adjudicate this issue prior to coming to court, they're going to tend to give you more leeway.
[01:52:57.620 --> 01:53:13.620] Judges have a certain amount of discretion and they have to apply the law to the facts. But once they've done that within that, they have a reasonable degree of discretion and that's what we want to play to.
[01:53:13.620 --> 01:53:18.620] We want to try to move that discretion to our side.
[01:53:18.620 --> 01:53:23.620] So we do have to kind of be careful that way.
[01:53:23.620 --> 01:53:30.620] I hear you. Well, thanks. I don't want to take up any more time. I just thought I'd ask you about that. And again, again, that's a very powerful tool.
[01:53:30.620 --> 01:53:42.620] That was a good view that you went out and got some denials on credit that would set you up, certainly.
[01:53:42.620 --> 01:53:49.620] I thought that first aid stipulation was too quick. So on day four, I was ready for it. I went to my report that it was.
[01:53:49.620 --> 01:53:54.620] You are obviously having too much fun with this.
[01:53:54.620 --> 01:53:55.620]  Yeah.
[01:53:55.620 --> 01:54:04.620] Well, good job, Nick. I mean, you got the course, you studied, you filed the suit, you took on the task, and you won.
[01:54:04.620 --> 01:54:13.620] And so this is just a testament to the fact that we really are helping people here, folks, and we do provide quality products.
[01:54:13.620 --> 01:54:20.620] This is what sovereigns do to protect the system from the shortage.
[01:54:20.620 --> 01:54:29.620] They wanted to settle up before they got there because I had them on two, the SCPA and I think six, FVR evaluation.
[01:54:29.620 --> 01:54:32.620] So they didn't want to go to the federal court.
[01:54:32.620 --> 01:54:36.620] All right. Well, good for you. That's the way it works. It's the same thing every time.
[01:54:36.620 --> 01:54:45.620] And folks, if you want to have success like Nick, that is, again, the Michael Mears method. You can buy that at ruleoflawradio.com.
[01:54:45.620 --> 01:54:52.620] Click on the banner, the baby blue banner that says how to stop debt collectors, the Michael Mears method.

[01:54:54.620 --> 01:55:09.620] He will even give you a certain degree of his time consultation without charge when you buy the course. And if you want, you know, a considerable amount of his time, he will charge for that, but his price is very reasonable.
[01:55:09.620 --> 01:55:14.620] And folks, when you get the Michael Mears method, you do support the network.

[01:55:38.620 --> 01:55:51.620] Do you have anything else? Andy's beautiful. Do you have anything else for us, Nick? No, I just want to thank you guys. All right. Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Okay. Good night.
[01:55:51.620 --> 01:56:06.620] Okay. We have about three minutes left. There is something I wanted to talk about earlier. I kind of got Papis shooting in Colorado.
[01:56:06.620 --> 01:56:18.620] And I was real pleased at the statistics that you produced about how every time one of these things occurs, gun sales jump considerably.
[01:56:18.620 --> 01:56:25.620] That should tell these officials how the public is responding to these issues.
[01:56:25.620 --> 01:56:37.620] That we are ordinary human beings and I can just imagine the vast majority of the male population of this country sitting there thinking.
[01:56:37.620 --> 01:56:46.620] If I'm sitting in that movie theater with a pistol and that jerk comes in here and pulls that thing and I drop him in his tracks.
[01:56:46.620 --> 01:56:56.620] That's part of the American cultures, our American thought processes. It's different in Europe. People don't tend to think that way.
[01:56:56.620 --> 01:57:06.620] But we do here in America. And it is well established that an armed society is a polite society.
[01:57:06.620 --> 01:57:17.620] When I was overseas, I was once through the top half of the screen door of a window out of a beer joint. Big fight army Air Force.
[01:57:17.620 --> 01:57:25.620] Everybody armed to the teeth. It never even occurred to anybody to pull a weapon. Are you kidding?
[01:57:25.620 --> 01:57:39.620] You would not last 10 seconds. Even your own people would shoot you if you pull a weapon in there. So if we were like that city in Georgia where everyone was required to have a weapon.
[01:57:39.620 --> 01:57:49.620] These sorts of things would not happen because the vast majority of the public are good guys.
[01:57:49.620 --> 01:58:04.620] Like 96%. And I hate guns. I don't have a gun around me, but if we're going to have a society with guns, we should have lots of guns.
[01:58:04.620 --> 01:58:07.620] That's the story and sticking to it.
[01:58:07.620 --> 01:58:11.620] Here, here, here, here. Well said, Randy.
[01:58:11.620 --> 01:58:21.620] Okay, this is Randy Kelton and David Stevens, Andy Craig, News of Long Radio. We'll be back tomorrow night with our four hour info marathon.
[01:58:21.620 --> 01:58:30.620] And I will have someone on tomorrow talking about how the banks are laundering the money they're spending in foreclosures.
[01:58:30.620 --> 01:58:39.620] This should be very interesting. He's going to debut that information on News of Long Radio so we can get a scoop on his research.
[01:58:39.620 --> 01:58:46.620] Thank you for listening in. We'll see you tomorrow. We'll hear you tomorrow. Good night.
