[00:00.000 --> 00:07.000] When it's time to pop the question, creativity can make the engagement memorable.
[00:07.000 --> 00:10.000] But there are some proposal ideas that go a little too far.
[00:10.000 --> 00:16.000] Look after Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back with a stunt that nearly cost the groom to be his job.
[00:16.000 --> 00:18.000] Privacy is under attack.
[00:18.000 --> 00:22.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:22.000 --> 00:26.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:26.000 --> 00:32.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[00:32.000 --> 00:34.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[00:34.000 --> 00:38.000] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com.

[00:45.000 --> 00:49.000] John Cardin is a poster child for how not to pop the question.
[00:49.000 --> 00:56.000] The Baltimore legislator thought a staged swat raid would be a romantic backdrop for proposing to his girlfriend, Megan Homer.
[00:56.000 --> 01:06.000] So he had Baltimore Marine and helicopter units swarm the boat he was cruising on with his beloved, pretend to ransack the craft and confiscate a stashed engagement ring.
[01:06.000 --> 01:09.000] After staring the bejeebers out of Megan, Cardin proposed.
[01:09.000 --> 01:15.000] When the media caught wind of the stunt, Cardin grudgingly offered to reimburse the city $300 for the elaborate hoax,
[01:15.000 --> 01:18.000] which was far less than the enormous sum it actually cost the taxpayers.
[01:18.000 --> 01:24.000] While his abuse of power is shocking, perhaps the biggest surprise is that Megan said yes.
[01:24.000 --> 01:32.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:32.000 --> 01:37.000] When creepy crawlies attack your vegetable garden, don't reach for toxic sprays and powders.
[01:37.000 --> 01:39.000] They can make you and your family sick.
[01:39.000 --> 01:46.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll be back in a moment with an inexpensive, safe solution for winning the battle of the bugs.
[01:46.000 --> 01:48.000] Privacy is under attack.
[01:48.000 --> 01:52.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:52.000 --> 01:56.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:56.000 --> 01:58.000] So protect your rights.
[01:58.000 --> 02:02.000] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[02:02.000 --> 02:04.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.

[02:12.000 --> 02:15.000] Start over with StartPage.
[02:15.000 --> 02:21.000] Neem, spelled N-E-E-M, is an oil pressed from the fruits and seeds of an Indian evergreen tree.
[02:21.000 --> 02:25.000] It's a natural insecticide that can handle even resistant garden pests.
[02:25.000 --> 02:28.000] Neem is not only effective, it's proven safe.
[02:28.000 --> 02:33.000] It's been used by the Indian people for thousands of years to ward off insects and fertilize crops.
[02:33.000 --> 02:38.000] They also use neem tree extracts in traditional medicines, health products and cooking.
[02:38.000 --> 02:42.000] You can make your own neem pesticide by mixing half an ounce of organic neem oil,
[02:42.000 --> 02:46.000] half a teaspoon of liquid soap and two quarts of water.
[02:46.000 --> 02:53.000] Spray it on plants and flowers to kill a wide variety of insects including ants, aphids, beetles and caterpillars.
[02:53.000 --> 03:13.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[03:23.000 --> 03:30.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, more news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[03:53.000 --> 04:11.000] All right, bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you here on the Rule of Law?
[04:11.000 --> 04:19.000] Tonight is Thursday, June 28th, 2012. This is the Rule of Law radio show.
[04:19.000 --> 04:28.000] I am your host, Deborah Stevens. I'm also here with my very esteemed co-host, Eddie Craig and Randy Kelton.
[04:28.000 --> 04:38.000] And tonight, we have another special friend, a very special guest, one of my favorite, probably my absolute favorite guests that I love to have on.
[04:38.000 --> 04:42.000] Everyone's going to know who it is already before I say the name because he's always my favorite guest.
[04:42.000 --> 04:57.000] And that is Mr. Harmon Taylor. Yes. And he is going to give us all a full breakdown over the Supreme Court ruling today on Obamacare that everyone is completely up in arms about
[04:57.000 --> 05:03.000] because it forces taxpayers to get health insurance.
[05:03.000 --> 05:14.000] And if you don't, the IRS is going to take it out of your hide on your tax return. And if you don't pay the penalties, then they're going to put liens and levies on you and all kinds of just outrageous things.
[05:14.000 --> 05:24.000] They're trying to force people to buy the dangerous, deadly, health insurance for allopathic medicine, for the dangerous, deadly allopathic medicine.
[05:24.000 --> 05:40.000] So at any rate, everyone has been going crazy over this all day long doing bat flips, except for, of course, some liberal shows that I've heard reports of from NPR where, oh, people just think it's great how the government is going to take care of everybody
[05:40.000 --> 05:51.000] and force everyone into this program. But at any rate, I don't particularly much care for this program or this situation with Obamacare.
[05:51.000 --> 06:04.000] However, we've got Mr. Harmon Taylor on the air with us tonight, and he's going to break it down how actually there's a lot of much hand wringing over a situation that's really not that bad after all.
[06:04.000 --> 06:09.000] And there are ways around it. So Harmon, thank you and welcome to the show.
[06:09.000 --> 06:11.000] Thank you. Always good to be here.
[06:11.000 --> 06:21.000] Okay. So Harmon, break it down for us. Why is the Supreme Court correct in their ruling and why is this not such a bad rap after all?
[06:21.000 --> 06:33.000] Well, the Supreme Court teach and have been teaching us like mad for sure since mid sixties is that the system we're dealing with is a very commercial system.
[06:33.000 --> 06:44.000] So what they have done in this case is bend over backwards to confirm the commercial nature and exactly the kind of agreement.
[06:44.000 --> 06:52.000] Well, the nature of the agreement is the area of it. It's probably the best way to say it. What area of the agreement it is that's being enforced.
[06:52.000 --> 07:12.000] So two fundamental areas. There's the state issues with Medicare and Medicaid, and then there's the individual issues with the penalty that will be applied and collected as a tax penalty on the health care issue.
[07:12.000 --> 07:24.000] The state side of this finally made sense to me in reading this opinion. I don't know why it didn't register before now, but it seems kind of obvious now.
[07:24.000 --> 07:37.000] Obviously the Medicare and Medicaid programs are state run. The feds control some of how all of that's administered through the faucet of federal funding.
[07:37.000 --> 07:46.000] But the actual implementation falls to the states to do the Medicare and Medicaid. We've known that.
[07:46.000 --> 07:59.000] What the states are asking the court system here, ultimately the Supreme Court is, do we have to do what the feds are trying to shove down our throats?
[07:59.000 --> 08:09.000] And the answer is no, you don't have to do it. So let's look at this from a little bit more generic point of view. There's an agreement running right now.
[08:09.000 --> 08:18.000] We can call it an insurance program just to give it a label. There's an agreement on the insurance program as it exists right now.
[08:18.000 --> 08:29.000] And all that's happened in Washington is the Monty Halls let's make a deal. Here's a new proposed way to do his program.
[08:29.000 --> 08:40.000] And the Supreme Court has confirmed solidly that that's exactly the approach to take with this. And how did they do that?
[08:40.000 --> 08:50.000] They told the states basically this, you can stick with your current program or go with this one. If you go with this one, you're going in lock stock and barrel.
[08:50.000 --> 09:03.000] But if you like your current agreement, you cannot be compelled to change your current agreement. You've got a program going right now. If you like that, stick with it.
[09:03.000 --> 09:14.000] If you don't like that, if you want to do this other, then the minute you sign on for this, you're stuck. You're going to be stuck with a whole kit and caboodle.
[09:14.000 --> 09:16.000] But you've got the option.
[09:16.000 --> 09:27.000] So this goes to the compelled agreement and compelled consent doctrine that you've talked about before. They can't compel the states to agree.
[09:27.000 --> 09:41.000] They can't compel the states to consent to this program. The Supremes have clearly stated that the state legislatures have the option, have the authority to opt out of this on behalf of the entire state.
[09:41.000 --> 09:42.000] Right.
[09:42.000 --> 09:43.000] Okay.
[09:43.000 --> 09:44.000] Fundamentally, that's it in a nutshell.
[09:44.000 --> 09:45.000] Okay, that's good.
[09:45.000 --> 09:47.000] I can't be compelled to change the deal.
[09:47.000 --> 09:50.000] Okay. Please continue.
[09:50.000 --> 09:58.000] That's the state side. The individual side, a little bit more complicated, a little bit closer to home.
[09:58.000 --> 10:04.000] And the first two parts of this are extremely telling.
[10:04.000 --> 10:10.000] We'll do the second one first because that gets to the core of the matter promptly.
[10:10.000 --> 10:22.000] The party that is being addressed here is not one that would be subject to something under the Commerce Clause.
[10:22.000 --> 10:26.000] This is not a Commerce Clause Act.
[10:26.000 --> 10:29.000] It's a Taxing Power Act.
[10:29.000 --> 10:37.000] And when I read that, I got rather quietly celebratory.
[10:37.000 --> 10:46.000] Because what that means is the whole thing depends on whether the party is a taxpayer or not.
[10:46.000 --> 10:58.000] And that feeds right into the whole study into the tax thing, the bottom line of which is 100% voluntary.
[10:58.000 --> 11:08.000] So the expectation had a couple of expectations. They kicked the first one out on the jurisdictional issue right off the bat.
[11:08.000 --> 11:13.000] And the deal, the Anti-Enjunction Act was the Anti-Enjunction Act.
[11:13.000 --> 11:21.000] The Anti-Enjunction Act is to the taxpayer what the arbitration clause is to the consumer.
[11:21.000 --> 11:26.000] The arbitration clause to the consumer says you agree to arbitrate.
[11:26.000 --> 11:37.000] The Anti-Enjunction Act doesn't say you agree to arbitrate, but that's exactly what that clause gets us to.
[11:37.000 --> 11:43.000] The Anti-Enjunction Act says you can't go into court to get equity in a tax matter, okay?
[11:43.000 --> 11:50.000] Once we understand what all is going on with the tax statute and the whole mechanism there, it gets real easy.
[11:50.000 --> 12:04.000] And the understanding is, oh, that means that for all of these decisions, the taxpayer consents to arbitration in and by the administrative IRS system.
[12:04.000 --> 12:12.000] So the Supreme Court says the Anti-Enjunction Act does not apply because this is not a tax.
[12:12.000 --> 12:21.000] I heard an awful lot of radio commentary today being out and around where everybody's calling it a tax. It's not a tax.
[12:21.000 --> 12:29.000] It's a taxing power. Yes, we're talking about the tax power, which tells us that we're talking about taxpayers,
[12:29.000 --> 12:37.000] which means it's an agreement under that umbrella. It's a tax power, but it's a penalty not a tax.
[12:37.000 --> 12:49.000] It's semantics, perhaps to some nightmarish semantics, but it's a penalty which means it's not a tax, which means we're not dealing with the Anti-Enjunction Act.
[12:49.000 --> 13:00.000] That's the first part. The second part says that because we're dealing with the taxing power, we're going to uphold the mandate, okay?
[13:00.000 --> 13:12.000] So at the end of the day, once we get done jumping all the ropes and jumping through all the hoops and playing on all the cool jungle gym equipment,
[13:12.000 --> 13:22.000] what the Supremes have said is this mandate is struck, okay? How in the world do we get to the conclusion that it's struck?
[13:22.000 --> 13:34.000] And the answer is it's left in the hands of the individual. It's left in the hands of the commercial entity, whether it's the individual or the commercial entity to volunteer to be a taxpayer.
[13:34.000 --> 13:45.000] That's where the decision is. So if we want to think about this as a line item veto, fully in the hands of the individual, then it's line item veto.
[13:45.000 --> 14:00.000] We can say it's struck that way, but it's academically very easy. Those that don't want to play this healthcare game need to understand pretty soon how to stop volunteering.
[14:00.000 --> 14:11.000] And so this opinion has basically pumped the football down to the end of the court where it's now in the hands of legal reality.
[14:11.000 --> 14:30.000] And of course what that means is it quickly shifts over to the small business community to get firmly in mind what the reality is so that the proper legal decision can be made in the business context.
[14:30.000 --> 14:44.000] To be a taxpayer is, in the eyes of the law, this system 100% voluntary. 100% voluntary. So the system now is saying if you volunteer to be a taxpayer, you volunteer also to have health coverage.
[14:44.000 --> 14:54.000] And if you don't have the health coverage, then you're going to pay a penalty to be collected as a penalty in the tax system.
[14:54.000 --> 15:12.000] Okay, you put all those pieces together and what you end up with is a fully voluntary system. So it is easier said than done to stop being a taxpayer, but the answer is stop being a taxpayer.
[15:12.000 --> 15:33.000] So this whole Obamacare thing as far as the individual is concerned, it really only applies to taxpayers because it's based on the authority to tax as far as them forcing everyone to, or not everyone, forcing taxpayers to get health insurance
[15:33.000 --> 15:51.000] or participate in Obamacare or whatever the case may be. And if a taxpayer does not participate in health insurance, doesn't get health insurance, then they get assessed a tax penalty, not a tax, but a tax penalty by IRS.
[15:51.000 --> 16:05.000] And so it basically only applies to taxpayers. So the answer is the way to opt out of Obamacare at the individual level is to stop being a taxpayer.
[16:05.000 --> 16:06.000] Correct.
[16:06.000 --> 16:14.000] Because the Supreme Court did not say that it applies to everyone. They said it applies to taxpayers.
[16:14.000 --> 16:27.000] This is not a commerce clause matter. Right. They couldn't have been more clear. This is not a commerce clause matter. It's a taxing power matter. So it instantly runs everything in through the income tax and that whole collection system.
[16:27.000 --> 16:42.000] The only way you can be liable is to be fundamentally, first and foremost, liable as a taxpayer. So taxpayers have been extra burdened here. It's an extra burden on taxpayers.
[16:42.000 --> 16:52.000] All right. Well, listen, we are going to break right now, folks. Harmon is going to be with us this show. If you have questions for Harmon, specifically on this topic, you can call in.

[19:15.000 --> 19:34.000] We are at the crossroads of the world, and they don't ever answer.
[19:34.000 --> 19:45.000] They don't ever know if you're supposed to see love, how they want it, and take it easy. They don't ever worry too politically, and then get them mad and angry.
[19:45.000 --> 19:54.000] Get them back standing up and fight and fight for the freedom and the free, and they let them love slavery and get handled by the government.
[19:54.000 --> 20:14.000] They don't ever know if you're supposed to see love, how they want it, and take it easy. They don't ever worry too politically, and then get them mad and angry.
[20:14.000 --> 20:28.000] Okay, folks, we are back. This is the rule of law. We're here with our very good friend, Harman Taylor, who is discussing the situation with Obamacare and how it's not really that bad of a wrap.
[20:28.000 --> 20:37.000] After all, it's quite simple. The Supreme Court did not hand down this ruling saying that this applies under the Commerce Clause, which is a good thing.
[20:37.000 --> 20:47.000] It applies under the Power to Tax, so the answer is stopping a taxpayer, and we may get into a little bit of that tonight.
[20:47.000 --> 21:03.000] Harman may briefly cover those issues about how to not be a taxpayer, how do you opt into being a taxpayer, but Harman said that that whole conversation takes about 12 months to cover, and that's what he charges money for.
[21:03.000 --> 21:15.000] So we're not going to just give all that away. You may have to, you're going to have to hire Harman Taylor if you want the full course on that, but we probably will cover a little bit, you know, maybe just briefly touch on that tonight.
[21:15.000 --> 21:20.000] Right now, Harman says he wants to go into the money system, so go ahead, Harman, take it away.
[21:20.000 --> 21:45.000] There are a couple of different aspects on the tax side, and there are people who are reeling in the overwhelming concept of trying to have to deal with this healthcare thing and run their business or deal their consulting area, and so the obvious starting spot,
[21:45.000 --> 21:56.000] the easy thing to do is to stop volunteering, okay? There are people that are going to say, yeah, that's real great to talk about, but there's a lot to that.
[21:56.000 --> 22:07.000] Is there an alternative that we can do without having to understand all of the details about the income tax system?
[22:07.000 --> 22:21.000] The answer is yes, it's still a lot of work. We don't have to get into the tax code to get there, and that has to do with the money system.
[22:21.000 --> 22:43.000] And the concept on the money system is to understand the difference between the foundational choices of law. This nation started off as a law of the land system. The best evidence of the law of the land system is the general circulation of an honest system of weights and measures.
[22:43.000 --> 22:57.000] In this case, gold and silver. Gold got taken out early 30s, silver got taken out mid-60s, and at the time that the silver was taken out, that which was substituted is what I call funny money.
[22:57.000 --> 23:06.000] It's the Federal Reserve note. It's a commercial instrument borrowed into existence at interest.
[23:06.000 --> 23:15.000] Okay, so let's talk a little bit about the mechanism of the bank. That which is borrowed into existence, of course, is the principle.
[23:15.000 --> 23:26.000] When that amount is discharged, when the principal amount is paid back, that amount from the money supply goes away.
[23:26.000 --> 23:42.000] The money supply goes away when the debt is paid. So to have money in circulation for there to be money circulating, there has to be more that is borrowed than is paid off.
[23:42.000 --> 23:56.000] There's more that has to be borrowed than paid off. So the fundamental concept there is we have to deal with what some people call the float.
[23:56.000 --> 24:10.000] And the clearest analogy is that of a bathtub. Hang on just a second.
[24:10.000 --> 24:14.000] Okay, had a distraction come up. I think we've got it figured.
[24:14.000 --> 24:24.000] Okay, money system, law of the land, law of the sea. To run the law of the sea, money system, we've got to deal with the float.
[24:24.000 --> 24:29.000] So how do we picture the float so as to talk about it? Think about a bathtub.
[24:29.000 --> 24:43.000] As a bathtub function, the water comes in through one or more faucets and it goes out through one or more drains. Okay, instead of there being water, we're now looking at funny money.
[24:43.000 --> 24:47.000] So that which is there is borrowed into existence.
[24:47.000 --> 24:53.000] And when the amount is paid, that's one way. When the amount is paid, it goes out the drain.
[24:53.000 --> 25:07.000] Okay, what about the stuff that's not paid? How do we deal with the money supply so that there's enough in there to cover the absolute minimum need, but not so much that the system overflows?
[25:07.000 --> 25:16.000] Okay, the faucet is always on. This is the kind of tricky part. The faucet is always on. So what does that mean?
[25:16.000 --> 25:30.000] If we're going to regulate the float, if we're going to regulate the supply of money, then what we have to do is regulate the drains.
[25:30.000 --> 25:40.000] So guess what the income tax is? Guess what the property tax is? Guess what the amount that we pay for traffic tickets amounts to?
[25:40.000 --> 25:53.000] Field tax, sales tax, etc. Pick your favorite tax. What is the function of that in the funny money system, in the law of the C system?
[25:53.000 --> 26:01.000] And the answer is has nothing to do with financing anything. The financing happens through the borrowing. So what's the tax for?
[26:01.000 --> 26:16.000] The tax serves as the drain out of the tub. So you regulate the flow coming in a little bit, but the rest of the regulation on the money supply goes through the drain.
[26:16.000 --> 26:32.000] So what's the income tax for? Drain. It regulates the amount of money available in the system. So it's not for financing anything. It's for regulating the money supply. That's what the income tax is for.
[26:32.000 --> 26:45.000] It's absolutely not for financing anything. It's not to pay for any government services whatsoever. That has already been well established by the grace reports under Ronald Reagan. It's a government document.
[26:45.000 --> 26:57.000] It was a government issued report under his administration that clearly said all income tax goes to pay the interest to the private bankers for loaning us the money that they print out of thin air. Period.
[26:57.000 --> 27:07.000] That's what the grace report says. The government says so. Well, that's another excellent place to go. They have told us.
[27:07.000 --> 27:28.000] And so as we understand that it's a financing mechanism in a backward sense that controls the money supply, then we get a little bit better connection of where I'm headed here. And where I'm headed here is this.
[27:28.000 --> 27:38.000] We don't need an income tax system where we don't have, guess what, a funny money system.
[27:38.000 --> 27:52.000] The income tax system was originated when it was long before we shifted over to the money supply, the funny money system, so that it would be functioning at the time of the shift over.
[27:52.000 --> 28:03.000] So it would be in place at the time they threw the switch on the whole system so that there would be as seamless a transition as could be possible.
[28:03.000 --> 28:10.000] So all the licensing stuff that came up, driver's license, for example, lots of cases out there saying, well, there's no such thing.
[28:10.000 --> 28:22.000] Until the UCC comes in, where we totally changed over from the law of the land to the law of the sea system, and now everything commercial is subject to regulation, is subject to licensure.
[28:22.000 --> 28:29.000] The whole system works that way. The law license thing started before the change in the money supply. It didn't used to need it.
[28:29.000 --> 28:48.000] And it didn't matter until the money supply changed over because the whole foundational choice of law changed, but everything was in place and operating in the new set of perspectives before it had to be there.
[28:48.000 --> 29:01.000] Okay. So we get instilled with the concept of income tax about what, 1913 when we're starting, so about 100 years into it now.
[29:01.000 --> 29:11.000] And it was, it didn't really matter that it was functioning that way till mid-60s. That's when funny money actually started coming in.
[29:11.000 --> 29:25.000] So bottom line is this. Do we have to go into and go through all the heartache? Some people just say, the IRS, the IRS are just too evil and too much of them, too many people doing too many wrong things.
[29:25.000 --> 29:28.000] I don't want to go there. Okay.
[29:28.000 --> 29:40.000] An alternative is to understand the money system and especially for the small businesses. There's no way that people on top are going to get rid of the funny money system. They are too addicted to it.
[29:40.000 --> 29:55.000] The solution to the money system is for the small businesses to start allowing their clients, their customers, their patrons, their patients to start extinguishing those bills with something, anything other than money money.
[29:55.000 --> 30:00.000] Okay. All right. We're going to be right back. We're going to break.
[30:00.000 --> 30:07.000] A noble lie. Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the true nature of terrorism.
[30:07.000 --> 30:11.000] Based on the damage patting to the building, but the government sends impossible.
[30:11.000 --> 30:14.000] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say.
[30:14.000 --> 30:18.000] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals.
[30:18.000 --> 30:23.000] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around.
[30:23.000 --> 30:26.000] People that did the things they did, they've gone on well with what they were doing.
[30:26.000 --> 30:55.000] Expose the cover up now at EnobleLive.com.
[30:57.000 --> 31:07.000] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy.
[31:07.000 --> 31:10.000] And neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[31:10.000 --> 31:13.000] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[31:13.000 --> 31:14.000] Brave New Books?
[31:14.000 --> 31:21.000] Yes. Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin.
[31:21.000 --> 31:25.000] They even stock inner food, Burkey products, and Calvin Soaps.
[31:25.000 --> 31:27.000] There's no way a place like that exists.
[31:27.000 --> 31:33.000] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT.
[31:33.000 --> 31:37.000] Oh, by UT, there's never anywhere to park down there.
[31:37.000 --> 31:44.000] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind the bookstore.
[31:44.000 --> 31:48.000] It does exist, but when are they open?
[31:48.000 --> 31:56.000] Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays. So get them a call at 512-480-2503,
[31:56.000 --> 32:00.000] or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com.
[32:02.000 --> 32:07.000] Live, free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com.
[32:07.000 --> 32:12.000] Live, free speech radio.
[32:37.000 --> 32:42.000] Live, free speech radio.
[32:42.000 --> 32:47.000] Live, free speech radio.
[32:47.000 --> 32:52.000] Live, free speech radio.
[32:52.000 --> 33:10.440] We're here with our favorite guest, our very special friend, Mr. Harmon Taylor.
[33:10.440 --> 33:13.800] He's talking about Obamacare and the money system.
[33:13.800 --> 33:16.440] And we've got a caller on the line, Johnny from Texas.
[33:16.440 --> 33:17.440] We see your call.
[33:17.440 --> 33:22.040] If you could just sit tight for maybe a few more minutes or maybe one more segment, we'll
[33:22.040 --> 33:28.720] take your call concerning the taxpayer issue because, as Harmon said earlier, it's all about
[33:28.720 --> 33:33.320] whether you're a taxpayer or not as to whether the Obamacare applies to you or not.
[33:33.320 --> 33:34.520] And that's at the individual level.
[33:34.520 --> 33:39.440] Of course, the states can opt out, the Supreme Court said in their ruling, through legislation.
[33:39.440 --> 33:42.080] I have a feeling many states are going to do that.
[33:42.080 --> 33:46.960] And I also have a feeling that the states who have not already started to do that will
[33:46.960 --> 33:50.200] be highly pressured by their constituents to do so.
[33:50.200 --> 33:56.000] So Johnny, just sit tight and we'll take your call in a few minutes, maybe a next segment.
[33:56.000 --> 34:01.440] And Harmon is in the middle of talking about the money system, monetary system, the float,
[34:01.440 --> 34:05.360] the drain, the faucet.
[34:05.360 --> 34:06.360] Where's the rubber ducky?
[34:06.360 --> 34:08.640] Okay, that's my question.
[34:08.640 --> 34:12.760] Anyways, Harmon, you were saying as we, before we go to the, right before we went to the
[34:12.760 --> 34:18.680] break concerning, it's going to come down to small business owners and the individuals,
[34:18.680 --> 34:21.640] so if you could please continue.
[34:21.640 --> 34:29.960] The money supply being borrowed into existence, the funny money system, is the reason for
[34:29.960 --> 34:32.000] the income tax system.
[34:32.000 --> 34:37.000] If we didn't have a funny money system, we wouldn't need income tax system.
[34:37.000 --> 34:40.280] So they created pretty much at the same time.
[34:40.280 --> 34:44.600] They didn't come into existence at the same time, so for many, the connection isn't quite
[34:44.600 --> 34:49.240] as direct as it needs to be, but they go hand in glove.
[34:49.240 --> 34:55.840] To have a funny money system, there has to be something to serve as a drain, and so the
[34:55.840 --> 34:58.120] idea there was income tax.
[34:58.120 --> 35:02.080] So that's the mechanism, that's the connection, what's the solution?
[35:02.080 --> 35:05.800] That's the problem from that angle, what's the solution?
[35:05.800 --> 35:09.720] The solution is to get back to honest weights and measures.
[35:09.720 --> 35:11.480] The big boys are not going to go there.
[35:11.480 --> 35:18.640] The big boys like the system the way it is, they like the control, and go back to Machiavelli
[35:18.640 --> 35:25.560] and the Prince and all of these guys and what that mentality wants to do with power.
[35:25.560 --> 35:28.360] We're not going to get a solution from on top.
[35:28.360 --> 35:31.480] Bottom line, we're not going to get a solution from on top.
[35:31.480 --> 35:33.960] On top has given us the problem.
[35:33.960 --> 35:36.600] So the solution starts in the marketplace.
[35:36.600 --> 35:41.920] We pulled the A.L. Williams concept here and just beat them in the marketplace.
[35:41.920 --> 35:42.920] How do you do that?
[35:42.920 --> 35:46.640] You start using honest weights and measures.
[35:46.640 --> 35:48.440] Where is that going to be?
[35:48.440 --> 35:50.280] They have to be received.
[35:50.280 --> 35:54.400] We can go and offer honest weights and measures all the time, if the small businesses are
[35:54.400 --> 35:58.440] not interested in receiving it, we're not going to get anywhere.
[35:58.440 --> 36:07.120] So the solution for several things, many things, in fact, is to get the bad money back out
[36:07.120 --> 36:08.120] of the system.
[36:08.120 --> 36:11.240] So it's going to be a fight because they're going to fight for this.
[36:11.240 --> 36:14.320] So we have to know what we're doing, we have to know why we're doing it.
[36:14.320 --> 36:16.560] The community has to understand it.
[36:16.560 --> 36:18.960] There's a lot of education to go on there.
[36:18.960 --> 36:24.200] At the end of the day, the small businesses, ready, willing, and able to do what America
[36:24.200 --> 36:30.400] needs, and to lead that effort, it's a pretty simple thing.
[36:30.400 --> 36:37.400] Just start allowing the bills to be extinguished, discharges which is a funny money, let the
[36:37.400 --> 36:44.160] bills be extinguished with payment and something other than funny money, silver is good, gold
[36:44.160 --> 36:48.280] is good, something other than Federal Reserve notes.
[36:48.280 --> 36:53.840] And what we have as a result of that is the beginning of what has to happen.
[36:53.840 --> 36:58.240] As that catches on, the voting changes.
[36:58.240 --> 37:02.080] We're dealing basically with a fascist system, we've got another confirmation of that in
[37:02.080 --> 37:07.560] the recent ruling about the Montana Statute, corporate funding of political activities.
[37:07.560 --> 37:13.720] That's who gets to vote, the people with the dollars, where the dollars is in the corporations.
[37:13.720 --> 37:17.640] So the corporations are more equal because they have more dollars.
[37:17.640 --> 37:20.680] The voice of the people is meaningless because the people have no dollars.
[37:20.680 --> 37:24.720] Where's the dollars coming from, corporations, so they're going to speak.
[37:24.720 --> 37:30.400] Okay, that's one side of it, but that's a commercial system.
[37:30.400 --> 37:35.760] That commercial system takes a clobbering because we don't have to use funny money.
[37:35.760 --> 37:45.560] And where we will use honest weights and measures, not the forged kind like we got the counterfeiting
[37:45.560 --> 37:52.120] kind where we got that case a little earlier on the silver coins that were charged as counterfeiting.
[37:52.120 --> 37:56.280] But it's silver rounds, don't do something that looks like a U.S. coin.
[37:56.280 --> 38:03.760] Silver rounds, gold rounds, to discharge the oblig, extinguish the obligations, get that
[38:03.760 --> 38:04.760] back in circulation.
[38:04.760 --> 38:09.480] You'll catch on, it's going to be slow, there's transition time here, there may be some changing
[38:09.480 --> 38:10.480] back and forth.
[38:10.480 --> 38:17.120] Yeah, and whatever you do, don't have silver coins meant to have the word dollar on them
[38:17.120 --> 38:22.240] or else you'll end up like Bernard von Naughthaus and Harman did an entire show on that.
[38:22.240 --> 38:23.360] It was a dollar symbol for that matter.
[38:23.360 --> 38:25.840] Yeah, Harman did a whole show on that already.
[38:25.840 --> 38:33.480] Yeah, that's the counterfeiting I was referring to and yeah, don't go there, but anyway, the
[38:33.480 --> 38:40.640] commercial solution is, the easy solution conceptually, intellectually is stop using
[38:40.640 --> 38:47.400] funny money, start using honest weights and measures and ultimately where we don't use
[38:47.400 --> 38:52.520] their money, they go out of business and where we don't have a funny money system to try
[38:52.520 --> 39:00.240] to exist under, then this income tax thing goes away with it, where the income tax goes
[39:00.240 --> 39:06.520] to Obama death health scare legislation and several other problems.
[39:06.520 --> 39:09.760] So that's the main thing in a nutshell.
[39:09.760 --> 39:13.120] Yes, indeed, is Obama death care.
[39:13.120 --> 39:14.120] That is a fact.
[39:14.120 --> 39:21.320] They've got the death panels, no special surgeries and treatments, you're 60 years old, you don't
[39:21.320 --> 39:27.200] get a knee replacement, I mean, it's just horrendous what they want to do to us.
[39:27.200 --> 39:31.240] So, okay, Harman, do you want to take this call?
[39:31.240 --> 39:33.320] Let's take a call.
[39:33.320 --> 39:35.360] Okay, all right, we've got Johnny from Texas.
[39:35.360 --> 39:36.680] Johnny, thank you for holding.
[39:36.680 --> 39:39.240] What is your question for Harman Taylor?
[39:39.240 --> 39:46.680] Well the original purpose of my call was to petition him to elaborate a little more.
[39:46.680 --> 39:56.080] When you guys say that essentially the solution is stop being a taxpayer, the idea there is
[39:56.080 --> 40:02.560] stop falling under the definition of taxpayer, a lot of people don't understand, I comprehend
[40:02.560 --> 40:03.560] what you're saying.
[40:03.560 --> 40:04.560] Amen.
[40:04.560 --> 40:13.520] It's a great question and I'll just tell you, the difficulty I've run into being anything
[40:13.520 --> 40:20.680] like direct on this turns out to being a wicked boomerang because why?
[40:20.680 --> 40:26.560] Because the whole of the story isn't in mind just through this or that radio program.
[40:26.560 --> 40:31.560] We could do radio programs on this issue for a minimum of six months.
[40:31.560 --> 40:36.280] We could just meet, do the whole show, six months, do nothing but talk about this and
[40:36.280 --> 40:42.120] you might begin to get some of the foundational concepts in mind at a secure level in the
[40:42.120 --> 40:47.440] mind so as to feel comfortable acting on them or I don't know if you ever feel comfortable,
[40:47.440 --> 40:54.280] feel a little less uncomfortable or significantly less uncomfortable to want to apply it.
[40:54.280 --> 40:59.840] But the problem with getting into any kind of real detail isn't the level of the information
[40:59.840 --> 41:02.280] I describe it this way.
[41:02.280 --> 41:07.080] The level of the information is pretty much high school algebra.
[41:07.080 --> 41:15.640] It's not fourth dimension tracking problems, trying to track a missile, XYZ and time, it's
[41:15.640 --> 41:22.720] not that, it's not third order partial differential equations that we're talking about, it's algebra
[41:22.720 --> 41:28.160] but the problem side of this that makes it seem horrendous is that we're dealing with
[41:28.160 --> 41:38.240] a really wicked paradigm shift and so it's a soak time problem and all of that said,
[41:38.240 --> 41:49.840] the fundamental concept here to keep in mind about taxpayer is that federal means federal.
[41:49.840 --> 41:54.320] Federal does not mean national.
[41:54.320 --> 42:01.640] Federal doesn't have a thing to do with being limited to any particular level of government.
[42:01.640 --> 42:08.280] Federal does not mean constitutional, it definitely doesn't mean constitutional.
[42:08.280 --> 42:12.280] We're having insurance coverage crammed down our throats.
[42:12.280 --> 42:17.240] The appearance of that is compelled transaction, okay?
[42:17.240 --> 42:22.400] So on the face of it, if the Constitution were around, thought would never have come
[42:22.400 --> 42:28.480] up and all kinds of reasons, we go into some of them about how we know we don't have a
[42:28.480 --> 42:29.480] Constitution.
[42:29.480 --> 42:34.000] The thing is, federal does not mean constitutional.
[42:34.000 --> 42:39.440] So when we're talking the word federal, we're really not talking about a reference to government
[42:39.440 --> 42:46.400] as much as we're talking about a mechanism of government, what's the mechanism, okay?
[42:46.400 --> 42:51.400] At the level, if we're trying to describe interaction of states, think of states, think
[42:51.400 --> 42:58.840] of nations, a generic term is commonwealth, if we're talking about how those bodies
[42:58.840 --> 43:03.800] politic interact, then a perfectly good term for that is federal.
[43:03.800 --> 43:06.400] How do states interact?
[43:06.400 --> 43:13.240] Federally, a little more specifically, we say by compact or by treaty, how do states
[43:13.240 --> 43:14.240] interact?
[43:14.240 --> 43:21.120] By compact or by treaty, states interact federally, by compact or by treaty.
[43:21.120 --> 43:25.320] How does a body politic interact with its people?
[43:25.320 --> 43:32.320] Federally, we can use the term, it adequately describes the relationship, but we're no longer
[43:32.320 --> 43:36.200] talking about a commercial relationship involving a state.
[43:36.200 --> 43:42.760] So we don't say compact or treaty, where one of the parties to the deal is one of us.
[43:42.760 --> 43:47.440] A better term for federal there is the concept of agreement.
[43:47.440 --> 43:51.920] Okay, listen, we're going to have to leave it right there, we're going to break again.
[43:51.920 --> 43:54.200] Johnny, just stay on the line, okay?
[43:54.200 --> 44:01.200] We'll be right back, this is a rule of law.
[44:01.200 --> 44:06.320] The Oakland City Bombay, top ten reasons to question the official story.
[44:06.320 --> 44:10.080] Reason number two, why was the ATF AWOL?
[44:10.080 --> 44:14.680] Paramedic Tiffany Bible, who was on the scene within five minutes, has stated in an affidavit
[44:14.680 --> 44:18.880] that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms told her that they were not in
[44:18.880 --> 44:19.880] the office that morning.
[44:19.880 --> 44:24.880] TMT Catherine Mallent also overheard one agent say to another, close, is that why we got
[44:24.880 --> 44:27.560] the page to not come in today, end quote.
[44:27.560 --> 44:32.400] Bruce Shaw, as interviewed on KFOR TV, was also told by ATF agents that they had been
[44:32.400 --> 44:34.840] paid to not come in to work.
[44:34.840 --> 44:39.400] The ATF initially denied these claims, and now variously claim that one of their agents
[44:39.400 --> 44:42.920] was in a free falling elevator, which has been disproven, or that they had been in an
[44:42.920 --> 44:46.560] all night stick out, or that they had been in a golf tournament.
[44:46.560 --> 44:50.880] As they try to sort out their lies, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning,
[44:50.880 --> 44:55.720] and if so, why did they not pass it on to others in the morgals?

[45:56.040 --> 46:16.040] Or call toll-free 866-LAW-EZ.
[46:16.040 --> 46:18.040] Okay, folks, we are back.
[46:18.040 --> 46:20.040] We're speaking with Johnny in Texas right now.
[46:20.040 --> 46:27.040] And Harman, you were speaking to Johnny about the issue of how the body politic interacts
[46:27.040 --> 46:34.040] with the people, and you said federally, so please continue.
[46:34.040 --> 46:40.040] So that's the two generic areas where federal applies, and in both contexts,
[46:40.040 --> 46:43.040] it's basically a commercial interaction.
[46:43.040 --> 46:52.040] So when this system calls itself federal, it means exactly that.
[46:52.040 --> 46:54.040] The federal government functions.
[46:54.040 --> 47:02.040] It gets its power by the commercial consent of those who choose to be regulated by it.
[47:02.040 --> 47:06.040] At the end of the day, federal means federal.
[47:06.040 --> 47:09.040] And they tell us this mechanism every time we hear that word.
[47:09.040 --> 47:16.040] We have been conditioned, Pavlov dog conditioned, to think constitutional, to think national,
[47:16.040 --> 47:26.040] school boards, municipalities, counties, states, and the national system all function federally.
[47:26.040 --> 47:28.040] It's a mechanism.
[47:28.040 --> 47:32.040] It's a bi-agreement mechanism.
[47:32.040 --> 47:42.040] So where we understand that we're dealing with a federal income tax system, by what mechanism does one become a taxpayer?
[47:42.040 --> 47:45.040] Agreement.
[47:45.040 --> 47:52.040] That's how this mechanism in this statute can possibly work.
[47:52.040 --> 47:55.040] It's a voluntary agreement.
[47:55.040 --> 48:01.040] Taxpayer has always been a voluntary agreement.
[48:01.040 --> 48:09.040] One of my favorite case studies in this has to do with Al Capone.
[48:09.040 --> 48:13.040] Al Capone was a non-tax payer.
[48:13.040 --> 48:17.040] He was a non-filer, and therefore he was not a taxpayer.
[48:17.040 --> 48:26.040] So he was not guilty of the charges, but his lawyers didn't really get it yet.
[48:26.040 --> 48:32.040] They were very early in the system, and they didn't understand the commercial mechanism.
[48:32.040 --> 48:40.040] So how did the federal system get a conviction on Capone?
[48:40.040 --> 48:44.040] Really subtle, really vicious.
[48:44.040 --> 48:53.040] It's when his lawyers first entered into plea agreement discussions that he ended up volunteering.
[48:53.040 --> 48:59.040] That's where he created the commercial nexus that he was a taxpayer?
[48:59.040 --> 49:00.040] Yep.
[49:00.040 --> 49:03.040] He admitted he was a taxpayer in those initial decisions?
[49:03.040 --> 49:05.040] Through the agency of the lawyer.
[49:05.040 --> 49:06.040] Oh, wait.
[49:06.040 --> 49:09.040] Were you saying when he hired the lawyer, he became a taxpayer?
[49:09.040 --> 49:13.040] No, when the lawyer entered into the negotiations on the plea.
[49:13.040 --> 49:16.040] Okay, okay, okay.
[49:16.040 --> 49:17.040] Wow.
[49:17.040 --> 49:18.040] It is not the hiring of the lawyers.
[49:18.040 --> 49:19.040] It's what came out of the lawyer's mouth.
[49:19.040 --> 49:21.040] Wow.
[49:21.040 --> 49:24.040] So he volunteered to be a taxpayer as a non-filer.
[49:24.040 --> 49:31.040] At that time, if shifted, we're dealing with moving targets here.
[49:31.040 --> 49:36.040] At the time of Al Capone, all it took to be a taxpayer was filing the return.
[49:36.040 --> 49:40.040] The only way to do it, file the return to a taxpayer.
[49:40.040 --> 49:45.040] You don't file the return, you're not a taxpayer, but they didn't understand that then.
[49:45.040 --> 49:47.040] That's not how it works now.
[49:47.040 --> 49:54.040] This is why it's so difficult to cover this at all in something other than one-on-one tutoring.
[49:54.040 --> 49:57.040] That's not how it works now.
[49:57.040 --> 49:59.040] You can be a taxpayer without filing anything.
[49:59.040 --> 50:06.040] You can be a taxpayer by filing something, but 99% of the taxpayers are taxpayers before they ever file anything.
[50:06.040 --> 50:07.040] Okay.
[50:07.040 --> 50:08.040] How?
[50:08.040 --> 50:09.040] They've agreed to it.
[50:09.040 --> 50:10.040] This is the point.
[50:10.040 --> 50:13.040] They've agreed to it.
[50:13.040 --> 50:30.040] And so when we understand that federal means federal and we take that to heart and we do the semantics analysis on it and satisfy our minds that federal really does mean by agreement,
[50:30.040 --> 50:37.040] then we focus the entire study of the answer to that question.
[50:37.040 --> 50:39.040] How do you stop being a taxpayer?
[50:39.040 --> 50:48.040] The whole focus of the study then is on the law of agreements and how we know what kind of agreement it is.
[50:48.040 --> 50:58.040] And then once we get to that, how we know where it gets started and that's not any number of places for it.
[50:58.040 --> 51:06.040] As we can see just from the Capone example, even at the end of the entire process, Capone did everything right.
[51:06.040 --> 51:07.040] He was correct.
[51:07.040 --> 51:10.040] He had no income tax obligation.
[51:10.040 --> 51:11.040] He was correct.
[51:11.040 --> 51:15.040] Sitting there as a defendant in the trial, he was not guilty.
[51:15.040 --> 51:21.040] But even during the trial, you see, it's possible to volunteer.
[51:21.040 --> 51:27.040] I used the example of the solitaire game called Labyrinth.
[51:27.040 --> 51:29.040] It's a wood box.
[51:29.040 --> 51:39.040] The wood box has two handles at 90 degrees from each other, two different dowels, rods that rotate the top level of the box.
[51:39.040 --> 51:47.040] And there's a starting point and an ending point and you move the box, you angle the box to move the ball around the path.
[51:47.040 --> 51:51.040] And the objective is not to drop it in any of the holes.
[51:51.040 --> 52:04.040] Okay, with that picture in mind, if one starts at the beginning and gets the ball all the way through the path without dropping the ball in the hole, one is a non taxpayer.
[52:04.040 --> 52:07.040] Okay, one is a non taxpayer.
[52:07.040 --> 52:09.040] There's a lot of work.
[52:09.040 --> 52:13.040] It is never accidental that one is not a taxpayer.
[52:13.040 --> 52:15.040] Never accidental.
[52:15.040 --> 52:19.040] There's a bodacious amount of work involved in that.
[52:19.040 --> 52:29.040] And so that's about as much as I want to talk about that because we get into the direct course of study.
[52:29.040 --> 52:36.040] And it's just not something that can be done effectively in a generic setting.
[52:36.040 --> 52:38.040] It needs to be one-on-one because why?
[52:38.040 --> 52:43.040] Because there's so much in the way of cobwebs and everyone comes with their own set of cobwebs.
[52:43.040 --> 52:57.040] If there were one set of cobwebs, it might be possible to do, but there are so many different variations or so many variations on misunderstandings about the system that it really does effectively take.
[52:57.040 --> 53:00.040] It really does take tutoring.
[53:00.040 --> 53:13.040] And some people say what I do is kind of expensive without viewing the decrease in the future cost stream. It can be expensive in appearance.
[53:13.040 --> 53:37.040] But it takes time to get the mind out of the mindset it's in right now, out of the paradigm that's in right now and into an understanding for which one is then confident taking on this system, the IRS, judicially, because they can just expect that's going to happen.
[53:37.040 --> 53:51.040] So in the learning process here is the development of the concepts that are then going to be applied, turn right around and apply it in court, because you can expect that that debate is coming.
[53:51.040 --> 53:59.040] So it's not anything that should be done without the expectation of going to court to defend it.
[53:59.040 --> 54:18.040] And it is a lot of time involved there. So you need more information. And I more than appreciate that if you're thinking along the lines of realizing that, okay, I understand this is an agreement and I really want to stop agreeing and I want to do it correctly.
[54:18.040 --> 54:40.040] Then there's the most tremendous of paradigm shifts going on already. The benefit of this horrifically bad legislation is already coming to bear fruit because the people are coming to understand, I don't have to do this anymore.
[54:40.040 --> 54:55.040] It's voluntary. I'm going to learn from those that really know what's happening, how to stop volunteering. And that's a big part of what I do right now. But that's that.
[54:55.040 --> 55:14.040] Yes. And the thing is, this is something that we all should be looking at wanting to become students of Harman Taylor here on this exact issue for many reasons, not only because of the Obamacare thing. And I know that in Texas, they're not in a big hurry or they haven't.
[55:14.040 --> 55:36.040] Our legislators have not shown that they are in any big hurry to basically opt out of the Obamacare. So we may have to do it on an individual level here in Texas. But there are other issues, major issues coming down the pike as well regarding the IRS and the right to travel.
[55:36.040 --> 55:50.040] They are basically trying to push through legislation now at the federal level. The bill is already in progress of being written. They may even already have a rough draft. I need to do more research, update my research on this.
[55:50.040 --> 56:14.040] But even if the bill doesn't pass, they are threatening, the TSA is threatening in the IRS to just anyway do it by policy concerning whereas if you are in any trouble with the IRS whatsoever, if you owe them any money at all, back taxes or penalties, if you're not squared away with the IRS, they are going to restrict your right to travel.
[56:14.040 --> 56:38.040] I don't mean just not letting you get on a plane. The TSA is already setting up checkpoints with the military by the way. It's not just civilian checkpoints, military enforced checkpoints run by the TSA where they are going to be basically shaking everyone down, searching everyone, running background checks on everyone on the roads, on the highways.
[56:38.040 --> 57:01.040] And if you are in any trouble with the IRS, guess what? You don't get to proceed. You even get arrested. And I don't mean not just on the state borders but within the states. So seriously, I may not be able to get on the road and travel from Austin to Dallas and pass through checkpoints if I'm in trouble with the IRS.
[57:01.040 --> 57:22.040] And so I have no intention whatsoever of opting into Obamacare or any other insurance program for allopathic medicine because it's death care. I will not go to an allopathic doctor, which of course is what we call western medicine because it doesn't treat ongoing chronic illnesses.
[57:22.040 --> 57:40.040] It's not for maintaining health. Allopathic medicine is only for trauma care. There's no other reason for it. That's the only thing that they're good at. And I am very concerned about being arrested on the roads at a checkpoint because I refuse to participate in allopathic medicine.
[57:40.040 --> 57:57.040] And I'm not going to pay any penalties that the IRS may choose to try to impose upon me either. So I have already decided I'm going to do what it takes to be a student of Harman Taylor and remove myself from taxpayer status. And I know it's not going to be the easiest thing to do but I'm going to do it.
[57:57.040 --> 58:02.040] And Johnny, we're about to go to break. Do you have any other quick questions or comments before we hit break?
[58:02.040 --> 58:11.040] I just have a couple of quick comments after the break and then I'll throw up off. Okay, great. Well, we've got 40 seconds so you can make a comment right now if you like.
[58:11.040 --> 58:26.040] Well, I don't think I can cover it in 40 seconds. Okay, all right. Just stay right there, Johnny. And folks, if you'd like to call in and ask Harman Taylor a question, it is 512-646-1984.
[58:26.040 --> 58:34.040] And you're welcome to call in and ask Harman Taylor a question. We're going to be talking more about the situation of Obamacare and other issues as well.
[58:34.040 --> 58:45.040] There was another recent issue in the Supreme Court on the Arizona immigration law and concerning the local police being able to stop and ask people for immigration status.
[58:45.040 --> 58:50.040] We're going to cover that as well on the other side. We'll be right back.
[58:50.040 --> 58:58.040] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it.
[58:58.040 --> 59:06.040] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture.

[01:00:00.040 --> 01:00:10.040] Baby Brain gets blamed for forgetfulness in a host of other postpartum mental states, but is having a baby really turn a new mom's brain into mush?
[01:00:10.040 --> 01:00:15.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright, and I'll be back in a moment with surprising research on the maternal mind.
[01:00:15.040 --> 01:00:25.040] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again, and once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:00:25.040 --> 01:00:33.040] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[01:00:33.040 --> 01:00:44.040] This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage.
[01:00:44.040 --> 01:00:52.040] New moms do indeed experience brain changes, but new research shows they don't lose mental power. They actually get smarter.
[01:00:52.040 --> 01:01:01.040] In the weeks following birth, mothers gain a small but significant amount of gray matter in several areas of the brain, including those associated with reasoning and judgment.
[01:01:01.040 --> 01:01:06.040] The more excited a mom is about her newborn, the more the gray matter increases.
[01:01:06.040 --> 01:01:13.040] Gray matter is the brownish-grey neural tissue in the brain. Generally speaking, more gray matter means higher intelligence and ability.
[01:01:13.040 --> 01:01:22.040] Yes, new moms can sometimes be forgetful, but it's not their brain at fault, say researchers. It's more likely due to the demands of motherhood and sleep deprivation.
[01:01:22.040 --> 01:01:33.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:01:33.040 --> 01:01:39.040] A picture is worth a thousand words or maybe a few hundred calories in the cafeteria.
[01:01:39.040 --> 01:01:46.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back in just a moment with details on a bizarre government scheme to photograph kids' lunches.
[01:02:09.040 --> 01:02:16.040] This search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage.
[01:02:16.040 --> 01:02:21.040] Hold it right there, kid. I need a picture of that pickle and a photo of that french fry.
[01:02:21.040 --> 01:02:27.040] At five elementary schools in San Antonio, cafeteria cameras are snapping pics of kids' lunches.
[01:02:27.040 --> 01:02:32.040] A barcode IDs each food tray that a camera identifies with the child selected.
[01:02:32.040 --> 01:02:37.040] At the end of the meal, another camera looks at the leftovers to see what actually got eaten.
[01:02:37.040 --> 01:02:44.040] There's a detailed nutritional profile on each student that the government wants to get its hands on to reduce obesity.
[01:02:44.040 --> 01:02:49.040] So what is the price tag on this invasive plan to record every last french fry and green pea?
[01:02:49.040 --> 01:02:54.040] Two million bucks of our federal tax money. No wonder the country's going broke.
[01:02:54.040 --> 01:03:01.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.

[01:04:01.040 --> 01:04:08.040] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:04:31.040 --> 01:04:37.040] Okay, folks. Chant Down Babylon. That's what we're doing here on The Rule of Law.
[01:04:37.040 --> 01:04:43.040] Tonight is Thursday, June 28th, 2012.
[01:04:43.040 --> 01:04:50.040] And again, as Harman has explained, it's going to be different for every person.
[01:04:50.040 --> 01:04:58.040] Each person comes with their own set of cobwebs, as he calls it, or their own set of cobwebs.
[01:04:58.040 --> 01:05:02.040] Each person comes with their own set of cobwebs, as he calls it, or their own set of baggage,
[01:05:02.040 --> 01:05:08.040] and their own set of preconceived ideas regarding taxpayer and non-tax payer.
[01:05:08.040 --> 01:05:13.040] And so he can't really just give a general course on the matter, on the air,
[01:05:13.040 --> 01:05:15.040] because it's going to be different for every person.
[01:05:15.040 --> 01:05:23.040] And besides the fact that this is something that he has spent many, many years figuring out and perfecting,
[01:05:23.040 --> 01:05:30.040] he is a former attorney. He was a practicing attorney for over 12 years, and he turned in his bar card.
[01:05:30.040 --> 01:05:36.040] He gave up his bar card because he did not want to participate in the evil system anymore,
[01:05:36.040 --> 01:05:42.040] so the man has a great deal of integrity and experience, and he is worth every penny.
[01:05:42.040 --> 01:05:50.040] However, if you want the full course, the full Harman-Taylor course on how to remove yourself from taxpayer status,
[01:05:50.040 --> 01:05:54.040] you're going to have to hire the man, and I do highly recommend him.
[01:05:54.040 --> 01:05:58.040] He comes with the highest recommendations from the entire rule of law radio team.
[01:05:58.040 --> 01:06:02.040] So, Johnny, we are going to go back to you, but I just wanted to put that out there.
[01:06:02.040 --> 01:06:08.040] Harman, would you please give out a public contact email for our listeners
[01:06:08.040 --> 01:06:14.040] who may want to hire you to help them remove themselves from taxpayer status?
[01:06:14.040 --> 01:06:20.040] Sure, our just general communications. Dipping the toe in the water is fine.
[01:06:20.040 --> 01:06:25.040] Two words separated by an underscore character in the US.
[01:06:25.040 --> 01:06:31.040] Yeah, earthlink.net is the last part. It's been a long week.
[01:06:31.040 --> 01:06:40.040] First part is legal, L-E-G-A-L, underscore reality, R-E-A-L-I-T-Y.
[01:06:40.040 --> 01:06:48.040] Legal underscore character reality at earthlink.net.
[01:06:48.040 --> 01:06:57.040] All right, folks. That's legal, L-E-G-A-L, underscore reality at earthlink.net to email Harman-Taylor.
[01:06:57.040 --> 01:07:01.040] If you want to just dip your toe in the water, find out a little bit more information.
[01:07:01.040 --> 01:07:10.040] You know, inquire about taking him on as a person who is well worth every penny
[01:07:10.040 --> 01:07:13.040] to help you remove yourself from taxpayer status.
[01:07:13.040 --> 01:07:18.040] I fully intend to do that, even though I know we're going to have to make a payment
[01:07:18.040 --> 01:07:21.040] because he's not cheap, but it's worth every penny.
[01:07:21.040 --> 01:07:25.040] All right, Johnny, you have some other comments you wanted to make.
[01:07:25.040 --> 01:07:30.040] Yep, I'll be brief and then I'll drop off and let you guys continue on.
[01:07:30.040 --> 01:07:32.040] I comprehend everything that you said.
[01:07:32.040 --> 01:07:37.040] I've been studying subject matter for a few years now.
[01:07:37.040 --> 01:07:42.040] When you're talking about the federal mechanism, you're basically talking about a medium
[01:07:42.040 --> 01:07:47.040] through which states and commercial entities can interact,
[01:07:47.040 --> 01:07:55.040] and it is by agreements and one type of agreement, a staff of agreement, by using their money.
[01:07:55.040 --> 01:08:01.040] You know, for someone such as myself who's in business for himself, it's real easy for me,
[01:08:01.040 --> 01:08:05.040] you know, to tell my clients I either want to be paid in silver or to barter with them
[01:08:05.040 --> 01:08:09.040] for maybe goods and services that they may have and so on and so forth,
[01:08:09.040 --> 01:08:15.040] but for, you know, the rest of the general population who are employed by an employer,
[01:08:15.040 --> 01:08:19.040] it's very difficult to get around the use of the federal reserve notes.
[01:08:19.040 --> 01:08:24.040] So for the sake of the listeners out there, you know, I know that you can do 20 shows on this
[01:08:24.040 --> 01:08:30.040] and not cover it all, but I would like to hear you talk a little bit about that,
[01:08:30.040 --> 01:08:34.040] how to get around that for people who work for employers who don't comprehend
[01:08:34.040 --> 01:08:37.040] the things that you're talking about.
[01:08:37.040 --> 01:08:39.040] Very good.
[01:08:39.040 --> 01:08:47.040] The relationship between the money, the funny money, and the income tax obligation
[01:08:47.040 --> 01:08:51.040] is one of the more popular cobwebs.
[01:08:51.040 --> 01:08:54.040] I don't know where it came from.
[01:08:54.040 --> 01:09:03.040] I'm not going to be able to put that one to bed because these things have momentum of their own
[01:09:03.040 --> 01:09:09.040] and for some reason the concept seems to be very attractive to an awful lot of people.
[01:09:09.040 --> 01:09:16.040] I mean, a whole spectrum of people coming in to study the income tax system.
[01:09:16.040 --> 01:09:22.040] So they hear that one has an income tax obligation because one uses federal reserve notes
[01:09:22.040 --> 01:09:25.040] and there is no connection there whatsoever.
[01:09:25.040 --> 01:09:33.040] The use of the federal reserve note is not what gives rise to an income tax obligation.
[01:09:33.040 --> 01:09:42.040] Now, with that in mind, we have identified one of the trickiest problems with the tax obligation.
[01:09:42.040 --> 01:09:52.040] Employees as a class of people are the most difficult group of people
[01:09:52.040 --> 01:09:58.040] to work with in the application of the understanding.
[01:09:58.040 --> 01:10:02.040] It's perfectly okay to be an employee and want to study into this.
[01:10:02.040 --> 01:10:05.040] It can be just simply peace of mind.
[01:10:05.040 --> 01:10:08.040] Oh, that finally makes sense.
[01:10:08.040 --> 01:10:15.040] I'm now never going to be confused again by anybody because I understand the big picture.
[01:10:15.040 --> 01:10:20.040] I understand the specific picture and so that's great.
[01:10:20.040 --> 01:10:26.040] It's been terrific education and hallelujah.
[01:10:26.040 --> 01:10:28.040] I understand it now.
[01:10:28.040 --> 01:10:36.040] The best place to start on the understanding is with the small business owner.
[01:10:36.040 --> 01:10:41.040] They're typically a little bit more on the courageous side.
[01:10:41.040 --> 01:10:46.040] They're a little bit more self-confident in their understandings generally.
[01:10:46.040 --> 01:10:53.040] And they got a whole lot more incentive than the employee to need to understand it
[01:10:53.040 --> 01:10:59.040] if literally, if just simply to position themselves a little better in the marketplace.
[01:10:59.040 --> 01:11:10.040] The small business that knows how to decrease expenses is a small business that becomes just that much more profitable right now.
[01:11:10.040 --> 01:11:23.040] So the employee's circumstance is such that it's possible, it is possible to be an employee and not have an income tax.
[01:11:23.040 --> 01:11:29.040] The greater the benefits packages, the greater the number of benefits packages,
[01:11:29.040 --> 01:11:42.040] some of these things that the people way up top of these big corporations have in a way of extra benefits packages can make it next to impossible to stop.
[01:11:42.040 --> 01:11:44.040] It can.
[01:11:44.040 --> 01:11:49.040] So where there's a little bit of entanglement, it may be, it's difficult.
[01:11:49.040 --> 01:11:55.040] It may be possible eventually to get that turned off.
[01:11:55.040 --> 01:12:08.040] For the small business person, there may be just enough coming through to keep the mortgage paid and keep the lease paid and keep the basics going.
[01:12:08.040 --> 01:12:16.040] And so all the extra do-dads that some of the employees get wouldn't necessarily exist.
[01:12:16.040 --> 01:12:28.040] So independent contractors are far more likely to be in a position to apply the understanding and make it stick.
[01:12:28.040 --> 01:12:31.040] The employee's circumstance is very difficult.
[01:12:31.040 --> 01:12:35.040] Yeah, it's just very difficult.
[01:12:35.040 --> 01:12:39.040] Does that get to what you're asking about?
[01:12:39.040 --> 01:12:41.040] Yeah, for the most part.
[01:12:41.040 --> 01:12:50.040] I can tell you've been studying this issue for a long time, so I'm sure you will know that there are a lot of different tangents that I could go off on,
[01:12:50.040 --> 01:12:54.040] but I'm going to refrain from doing so and drop off.
[01:12:54.040 --> 01:12:55.040] Yeah, there's lots of things.
[01:12:55.040 --> 01:12:59.040] There's lots of things in this area and a lot of things to be covered.
[01:12:59.040 --> 01:13:04.040] And a lot of things to be covered at a rate that it's not just, yeah, nod and go on.
[01:13:04.040 --> 01:13:08.040] It helps to understand solidly each step along the way.
[01:13:08.040 --> 01:13:10.040] That just takes time.
[01:13:10.040 --> 01:13:14.040] It takes a lot of time.
[01:13:14.040 --> 01:13:15.040] It can.
[01:13:15.040 --> 01:13:19.040] The fastest time period is six months.
[01:13:19.040 --> 01:13:22.040] Normally it's about 12.
[01:13:22.040 --> 01:13:29.040] And it's not a matter of reading 1,000 page books every week.
[01:13:29.040 --> 01:13:30.040] It's not.
[01:13:30.040 --> 01:13:31.040] What's that issue?
[01:13:31.040 --> 01:13:33.040] There's a lot going on in life.
[01:13:33.040 --> 01:13:40.040] And so even those who make a commitment to make a regular study time in their week to do this.
[01:13:40.040 --> 01:13:51.040] You got kids, you got things going on, other activities, business associations, civic organizations, volunteer work.
[01:13:51.040 --> 01:13:53.040] It just adds up.
[01:13:53.040 --> 01:14:00.040] So it's just a commitment to get through and it can take a while.
[01:14:00.040 --> 01:14:01.040] Absolutely.
[01:14:01.040 --> 01:14:06.040] Well, I appreciate the information that you're putting out for us and I'm going to draw up.
[01:14:06.040 --> 01:14:08.040] Appreciate your listening and calling in.
[01:14:08.040 --> 01:14:09.040] Thank you.
[01:14:09.040 --> 01:14:10.040] Thanks, Johnny.
[01:14:10.040 --> 01:14:11.040] Bye-bye.
[01:14:11.040 --> 01:14:12.040] Bye.
[01:14:12.040 --> 01:14:13.040] Okay, Harmon, you want to go to another call?
[01:14:13.040 --> 01:14:15.040] We've got one more caller on the board.
[01:14:15.040 --> 01:14:17.040] Okay, we've got Steve from Texas.
[01:14:17.040 --> 01:14:19.040] Steve, thank you for calling in.
[01:14:19.040 --> 01:14:21.040] What is your question for Harmon Taylor?
[01:14:21.040 --> 01:14:23.040] I didn't have a question.
[01:14:23.040 --> 01:14:26.040] I just wanted to make a comment.
[01:14:26.040 --> 01:14:37.040] For me, I'm not employed right now and I'm not going to be employed using my social security number anymore.
[01:14:37.040 --> 01:14:43.040] So if I don't use my social security number, I'm not going to have to get that health insurance
[01:14:43.040 --> 01:14:51.040] because without my social security number being used, I'm not entitled to all of its benefits like unemployment compensation,
[01:14:51.040 --> 01:14:56.040] workman's compensation for injury and stuff like that.
[01:14:56.040 --> 01:15:03.040] So I'm not entitled to those because I'm not using the social security number with the contract.
[01:15:03.040 --> 01:15:13.040] So if I go out and I work for somebody and I get paid in cash in my hand daily or weekly or whatever,
[01:15:13.040 --> 01:15:16.040] I'm still not using my social security number.
[01:15:16.040 --> 01:15:18.040] I'm not going to be a taxpayer.
[01:15:18.040 --> 01:15:25.040] The same thing is that they gave me paving in some type of gold, silver coin or bars or something like that.
[01:15:25.040 --> 01:15:31.040] Because as I understand it, you know, the Congress can regulate this paper money system
[01:15:31.040 --> 01:15:36.040] because they did give the Federal Reserve the franchise to issue this currency
[01:15:36.040 --> 01:15:40.040] when they stepped out of using gold and silver coins.
[01:15:40.040 --> 01:15:42.040] All right, so Harmon, is that true?
[01:15:42.040 --> 01:15:46.040] If he's not using a social security number, does that mean he's no longer a taxpayer somehow?
[01:15:46.040 --> 01:15:51.040] I feel the answer to that question is not going to be what Steve expects.
[01:15:51.040 --> 01:15:54.040] Your anticipation is good.
[01:15:54.040 --> 01:15:59.040] Yeah, I'm trying to decide even as I'm talking here how to go about this.
[01:15:59.040 --> 01:16:03.040] And let's do it this way.
[01:16:03.040 --> 01:16:11.040] Whether one is a beneficiary of a social security Medicare-Medicaid Pickup Program is totally independent
[01:16:11.040 --> 01:16:14.040] from the question of whether one's a taxpayer.
[01:16:14.040 --> 01:16:21.040] So one can be a taxpayer without being a beneficiary in any of those programs.
[01:16:21.040 --> 01:16:25.040] And it's the taxpayers who are tagged with this issue.
[01:16:25.040 --> 01:16:30.040] So Steve, there you have it just because you're not using a social security number doesn't mean you're not a taxpayer.
[01:16:30.040 --> 01:16:32.040] But I won't have any info.
[01:16:32.040 --> 01:16:34.040] Hold on, hold that thought.
[01:16:34.040 --> 01:16:36.040] We're going to talk about that some more on the other side.
[01:16:36.040 --> 01:16:38.040] We've also got Jim from Ohio on the line.
[01:16:38.040 --> 01:16:44.040] This is the rule of law. Tonight is June 28, 2012.
[01:16:44.040 --> 01:16:50.040] We're discussing the Obamacare ruling and the issue of taxpayers are the ones that are responsible
[01:16:50.040 --> 01:16:54.040] who are liable, I should say, under this new law.
[01:16:54.040 --> 01:16:56.040] So we will be right back, folks.

[01:19:30.040 --> 01:19:35.760] Okay folks, we are back, this is the rule of law.
[01:19:35.760 --> 01:19:40.120] Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens, we've got a very special guest, Harman Taylor
[01:19:40.120 --> 01:19:50.960] tonight and Steve, I've learned enough from Harman Taylor to know that just because you
[01:19:50.960 --> 01:19:57.880] don't have any income, that doesn't mean that you're not a taxpayer.
[01:19:57.880 --> 01:20:04.960] You may not have any taxable income, but just because your income is zero, or just because
[01:20:04.960 --> 01:20:10.200] your taxable income may be zero, that doesn't mean that you're not a taxpayer.
[01:20:10.200 --> 01:20:15.960] That doesn't mean that you don't still have taxpayer status, Harman, do you want to elaborate?
[01:20:15.960 --> 01:20:25.000] Yeah, you mentioned in there that you're equating not being an employee with having no income.
[01:20:25.000 --> 01:20:32.040] I'm just going to see what else is down that road in your perspective on it.
[01:20:32.040 --> 01:20:38.000] How do you get the conclusion of no income from not being an employee?
[01:20:38.000 --> 01:20:44.160] Well, I'm not an employee, like last year I didn't work, and I wasn't an employee and
[01:20:44.160 --> 01:20:46.680] I never used my social security number.
[01:20:46.680 --> 01:20:51.920] So I didn't have to fill out a 1040 form because I never worked, and I'm living off
[01:20:51.920 --> 01:20:57.480] my savings, and I'm going to eventually just discard my social security number because
[01:20:57.480 --> 01:20:58.480] I don't need it anymore.
[01:20:58.480 --> 01:21:04.080] I have enough savings, so they'll never require me to fill out a 1040 form, and I won't ever
[01:21:04.080 --> 01:21:09.920] have to pay any of their taxes, and I won't have to get health insurance either.
[01:21:09.920 --> 01:21:16.480] Well, Steve, wait a minute, like we were just saying, just because you don't have any income,
[01:21:16.480 --> 01:21:21.800] that doesn't mean that you're not classified as a taxpayer.
[01:21:21.800 --> 01:21:31.800] The whole thing is whether or not you have taxpayer classification status, and it doesn't
[01:21:31.800 --> 01:21:33.920] matter if your income is zero.
[01:21:33.920 --> 01:21:39.040] It doesn't matter if you made no money and you're still living off your savings or whatever.
[01:21:39.040 --> 01:21:43.480] If you have taxpayer status, there's still a problem.
[01:21:43.480 --> 01:21:47.360] What if I get rid of my social security number, which I'm planning to do?
[01:21:47.360 --> 01:21:51.480] Harman just said that doesn't...the two do not correlate.
[01:21:51.480 --> 01:21:53.000] They're in their system without it.
[01:21:53.000 --> 01:21:57.480] How can they call me a taxpayer if I can't work in their system?
[01:21:57.480 --> 01:21:58.480] Because I don't need to.
[01:21:58.480 --> 01:22:02.320] I don't even need a bank account anymore.
[01:22:02.320 --> 01:22:05.320] I removed myself enough from the system.
[01:22:05.320 --> 01:22:06.320] I don't know.
[01:22:06.320 --> 01:22:08.760] Harman, you want to respond?
[01:22:08.760 --> 01:22:17.280] Well, we're into the kind of thing that...this is the kind of thing that we cover when we
[01:22:17.280 --> 01:22:20.440] go into the details of the class.
[01:22:20.440 --> 01:22:30.320] There's some good thinking here on the level of the commercial nexus.
[01:22:30.320 --> 01:22:39.640] The application of it is, in general, not exactly headed in the right direction.
[01:22:39.640 --> 01:22:45.040] Where I think you're headed is, as a practical matter, the way you're set up financially
[01:22:45.040 --> 01:22:51.040] right now, you wouldn't owe any money, even if you were a taxpayer.
[01:22:51.040 --> 01:22:58.000] What Deb is saying correctly is, it doesn't matter whether a tax bill is expected.
[01:22:58.000 --> 01:23:06.680] For the healthcare issue, all that's going to matter is being a taxpayer.
[01:23:06.680 --> 01:23:16.240] So what we're talking about in this healthcare legislation is getting something from those
[01:23:16.240 --> 01:23:24.200] people who have volunteered to be taxpayers who would otherwise be spending nothing in
[01:23:24.200 --> 01:23:26.000] the system.
[01:23:26.000 --> 01:23:33.320] Those people who would otherwise be spending no taxes, we go through all the hoops about
[01:23:33.320 --> 01:23:36.960] who has to do what for insurance.
[01:23:36.960 --> 01:23:43.360] And in the event they qualify as someone who's going to have to have health insurance, if
[01:23:43.360 --> 01:23:47.520] they don't, they're going to get a bill.
[01:23:47.520 --> 01:23:52.400] It will be in the form of a penalty collected as a tax penalty.
[01:23:52.400 --> 01:24:00.520] And so it's a way of saying you're going to pay something, even if the income tax bill
[01:24:00.520 --> 01:24:05.920] would be zero, you're going to be spending money in the system somewhere.
[01:24:05.920 --> 01:24:12.200] And in this case, it's going to go into healthcare, predominantly into the insurance company.
[01:24:12.200 --> 01:24:26.000] But yeah, it is a misnomer to equate paying no income tax and not being a taxpayer.
[01:24:26.000 --> 01:24:30.160] You can be a taxpayer and owe nothing, okay?
[01:24:30.160 --> 01:24:36.080] It's the taxpayer or not question that's going to trigger this healthcare obligation.
[01:24:36.080 --> 01:24:43.520] And Harman, somebody could completely say revoke their social security card, social
[01:24:43.520 --> 01:24:44.520] security number.
[01:24:44.520 --> 01:24:47.640] Well, that's the thing I didn't want to get into at all.
[01:24:47.640 --> 01:24:50.200] But no, nobody revokes a social security card.
[01:24:50.200 --> 01:24:56.160] It's possible to go dormant long enough that one drops off the list.
[01:24:56.160 --> 01:24:57.160] That's happened.
[01:24:57.160 --> 01:25:03.360] But no, the concept about revoking or terminating social security doesn't happen.
[01:25:03.360 --> 01:25:08.880] There's one guy that says, yeah, I went to the pope and got it done.
[01:25:08.880 --> 01:25:17.880] And if that happened, that was a matter of coincidental timing, because the one mechanism
[01:25:17.880 --> 01:25:28.120] by which that number stops being active is through disuse or another one is just dying.
[01:25:28.120 --> 01:25:33.320] But for those of us that are going to engage this debate, and there are people that are
[01:25:33.320 --> 01:25:38.560] going to do this, I probably should mention in this context, there is a political disconnect.
[01:25:38.560 --> 01:25:40.760] I call it political disconnect.
[01:25:40.760 --> 01:25:47.920] There's a political disconnect, a total unplugging from the system concept where one basically
[01:25:47.920 --> 01:25:52.960] terminates any and all obligations all at once.
[01:25:52.960 --> 01:26:01.720] Not something to be engaged for anyone other than those who are financially independent.
[01:26:01.720 --> 01:26:09.320] If there is a nest egg there on which one feels one can live comfortably for the realistic
[01:26:09.320 --> 01:26:15.360] foreseeable future, then political disconnect is not something I'd recommend.
[01:26:15.360 --> 01:26:16.360] It exists.
[01:26:16.360 --> 01:26:17.360] There are people who've done it.
[01:26:17.360 --> 01:26:18.360] I've talked with them.
[01:26:18.360 --> 01:26:19.360] I've met them.
[01:26:19.360 --> 01:26:21.200] They get some bless their hearts.
[01:26:21.200 --> 01:26:26.400] They get some pretty interesting ideas about the law, and because they don't have to deal
[01:26:26.400 --> 01:26:30.000] with certain parts of it, they can pretty much argue anything they want to.
[01:26:30.000 --> 01:26:33.360] They're never going to have to prove it because the case is never going to have to come up
[01:26:33.360 --> 01:26:37.720] because they've successfully done political disconnect.
[01:26:37.720 --> 01:26:45.840] But political disconnect is not something that most people want to do.
[01:26:45.840 --> 01:26:52.560] Most people will want to take these battles one step at a time, one battle at a time,
[01:26:52.560 --> 01:26:57.560] one step in each battle at a time, and so that's a tough one.
[01:26:57.560 --> 01:27:02.960] Social security, revocation, people didn't talk about that forever.
[01:27:02.960 --> 01:27:06.200] That just simply doesn't happen.
[01:27:06.200 --> 01:27:09.360] Anyway, what are we talking about here?
[01:27:09.360 --> 01:27:16.360] We're talking, we're getting examples here about why the education in this matter is
[01:27:16.360 --> 01:27:23.800] best done individually because some people wouldn't even have come to mind about terminating
[01:27:23.800 --> 01:27:26.160] social security.
[01:27:26.160 --> 01:27:29.840] And so we don't have to spend a whole lot of time on that.
[01:27:29.840 --> 01:27:35.000] Others that do, we spend the time necessary to understand social security system and what
[01:27:35.000 --> 01:27:39.480] that is and how it gets started and what that number amounts to.
[01:27:39.480 --> 01:27:41.240] It's basically a citizenship.
[01:27:41.240 --> 01:27:45.960] It's as much a political connection as a commercial connection.
[01:27:45.960 --> 01:27:46.960] Right.
[01:27:46.960 --> 01:27:53.400] And this, Harmon, just to touch on the political disconnect idea, what you're saying is that
[01:27:53.400 --> 01:27:59.920] and I can certainly see this, that it's an impractical approach because in order to really
[01:27:59.920 --> 01:28:06.600] do it and do it right, you have to be financially independent and most people are not.
[01:28:06.600 --> 01:28:12.040] And there's the other issue of what if you're a small business owner and you need to be able
[01:28:12.040 --> 01:28:18.760] to engage in the system to take credit card payments from your customers and things like
[01:28:18.760 --> 01:28:22.040] that, you still are going to have to have a bank account, you still may have to have
[01:28:22.040 --> 01:28:24.880] a PayPal account which requires a bank account.
[01:28:24.880 --> 01:28:28.320] You still may be able to, you know, you're going to have to deal with this.
[01:28:28.320 --> 01:28:33.000] It's an impractical thing for a lot of small business owners to say, well, I'm going to
[01:28:33.000 --> 01:28:38.160] require silver and nothing else because, well, you just may not have that many customers
[01:28:38.160 --> 01:28:41.680] if that's the case and you won't be able to properly conduct business.
[01:28:41.680 --> 01:28:47.080] And so get working yourself into a situation of complete and total disconnect from the
[01:28:47.080 --> 01:28:53.240] system is just going to be a completely impractical situation for most people and so that leaves
[01:28:53.240 --> 01:28:58.880] you with only one other option if you want to deal with this and that is removing yourself
[01:28:58.880 --> 01:29:00.920] from taxpayer status.
[01:29:00.920 --> 01:29:07.200] So that's about where it's at and it's apparently going to be a very complex road but I'm willing
[01:29:07.200 --> 01:29:13.000] to do it because I'm not going to put up with this Obamacare business and I am not in a
[01:29:13.000 --> 01:29:18.240] position where I could completely politically disconnect myself from the system.
[01:29:18.240 --> 01:29:19.760] It's just not going to be possible.
[01:29:19.760 --> 01:29:24.840] I have to be able to take PayPal payments and credit card payments from customers for
[01:29:24.840 --> 01:29:27.560] the network and other areas.
[01:29:27.560 --> 01:29:29.880] So that's about where it's at.
[01:29:29.880 --> 01:29:31.920] Anyways, we are about to go to break.
[01:29:31.920 --> 01:29:34.920] Steve, we need to move on because we've got other callers.
[01:29:34.920 --> 01:29:39.520] I hope that we have at least given you enough information for now.
[01:29:39.520 --> 01:29:43.840] As Harmon says, if you really want to understand these things, you're going to have to take
[01:29:43.840 --> 01:29:44.840] this course.
[01:29:44.840 --> 01:29:48.400] But we will discuss these issues more on the other side with some other callers.
[01:29:48.400 --> 01:29:51.080] You've got Jim from Ohio, David from Texas.
[01:29:51.080 --> 01:29:56.480] This is the Rule of Law, ruleoflawradio.com, LogosRadioNetwork.com is the network.
[01:29:56.480 --> 01:30:00.240] We will be right back.

[01:30:05.600 --> 01:30:07.880] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:30:07.880 --> 01:30:12.640] About 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:30:12.640 --> 01:30:15.360] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[01:30:15.360 --> 01:30:18.120] And thousands of my fellow force responders have died.
[01:30:18.120 --> 01:30:19.640] I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:30:19.640 --> 01:30:20.640] I'm a structural engineer.
[01:30:20.640 --> 01:30:21.960] I'm a New York City correction officer.
[01:30:21.960 --> 01:30:22.960] I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:30:22.960 --> 01:30:24.600] I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:30:24.600 --> 01:30:27.240] We are Americans and we deserve the truth.

[01:32:56.040 --> 01:32:58.160] We've got another half an hour.
[01:32:58.160 --> 01:33:02.880] The time just flies when we're with Harman Taylor.
[01:33:02.880 --> 01:33:03.880] We are taking a call.
[01:33:03.880 --> 01:33:13.000] Folks, if you have a question for Harman 512-646-1984, our next caller up on the list is Jim in
[01:33:13.000 --> 01:33:14.000] Ohio.
[01:33:14.000 --> 01:33:16.440] Jim, what is your question for Harman Taylor?
[01:33:16.440 --> 01:33:22.600] Well, I had two or three small points that I wanted to touch on.
[01:33:22.600 --> 01:33:27.520] First of all, I tell the people that I work for that...
[01:33:27.520 --> 01:33:28.920] Jim, wait a minute.
[01:33:28.920 --> 01:33:29.920] You're kind of cutting out.
[01:33:29.920 --> 01:33:30.920] You're not on a cell phone.
[01:33:30.920 --> 01:33:33.920] I mean, on a speaker phone, are you?
[01:33:33.920 --> 01:33:38.720] I have the earpiece, the inexpensive earpiece.
[01:33:38.720 --> 01:33:39.720] Is it a Bluetooth?
[01:33:39.720 --> 01:33:40.720] Here.
[01:33:40.720 --> 01:33:41.720] Is it a Bluetooth?
[01:33:41.720 --> 01:33:43.400] I can't afford that kind of stuff.
[01:33:43.400 --> 01:33:44.400] Okay.
[01:33:44.400 --> 01:33:47.920] Now, get the mic closer to your mouth because you're cutting out.
[01:33:47.920 --> 01:33:48.920] Okay.
[01:33:48.920 --> 01:33:49.920] All right.
[01:33:49.920 --> 01:33:50.920] Thanks.
[01:33:50.920 --> 01:33:51.920] How are we doing now?
[01:33:51.920 --> 01:33:52.920] That's much better.
[01:33:52.920 --> 01:33:53.920] Thank you.
[01:33:53.920 --> 01:33:54.920] All right.
[01:33:54.920 --> 01:33:55.920] Thank you.
[01:33:55.920 --> 01:34:03.040] I don't speak of myself as an employee and I continue to tell the people that I work
[01:34:03.040 --> 01:34:10.080] for that they are not employers that that's part of the Title 26 nexus and has to do specifically
[01:34:10.080 --> 01:34:20.440] with the tax business and people who are in government and that's based on what I adhere
[01:34:20.440 --> 01:34:29.600] to now is based primarily on the conclusions that were drawn by, I think, a fairly fine
[01:34:29.600 --> 01:34:35.120] researcher on the subject, Pete Hendrickson and I don't know what you feel about his
[01:34:35.120 --> 01:34:44.040] work but so I consider myself a worker and as a worker actually a contractor to the private
[01:34:44.040 --> 01:34:49.080] corporation that I work for and I'm working with them and it's a slow process just like
[01:34:49.080 --> 01:34:54.240] you say of getting them to realize that this question is not going to go away and that
[01:34:54.240 --> 01:35:00.840] at one point in time I'm going to file some kind of a formal complaint about the status
[01:35:00.840 --> 01:35:10.680] that I have and the withholding that they are taking which as I understand from a recent
[01:35:10.680 --> 01:35:18.480] presentation that I listened to, that withholding agents with companies are only able to withhold
[01:35:18.480 --> 01:35:27.840] lawfully from foreign sources so I wonder what you thought were on those two points
[01:35:27.840 --> 01:35:35.320] at the beginning of what I was going to add.
[01:35:35.320 --> 01:35:44.280] Okay the re-labeling the relationship there in going to change the tax situation being
[01:35:44.280 --> 01:35:51.840] an employee or an independent contractor either one is not the basis for being a taxpayer
[01:35:51.840 --> 01:36:01.840] an income tax system, employment status by itself does not trigger being a taxpayer.
[01:36:01.840 --> 01:36:12.920] So whether one is an employee or not just by that label isn't an issue it's the rest
[01:36:12.920 --> 01:36:22.240] of the stuff that goes typically go the bigger the company the more difficult the extraction
[01:36:22.240 --> 01:36:29.320] method the more difficult it is to stop volunteering small companies typically aren't inundated
[01:36:29.320 --> 01:36:35.160] with all of these other packages so it may be possible but yeah the difference between
[01:36:35.160 --> 01:36:40.920] a worker and employee is not going to make the difference on whether one is a taxpayer
[01:36:40.920 --> 01:36:41.920] or not.
[01:36:41.920 --> 01:36:47.560] I didn't consider it so I considered it one of the elements that it is an entire package
[01:36:47.560 --> 01:36:56.000] of thought and what you're saying then is that goes to the larger the corporation that
[01:36:56.000 --> 01:37:00.760] you were a corporation in the first place and the larger the corporation up to international
[01:37:00.760 --> 01:37:08.720] status that makes it much harder to try to deal with in that manner is that what you
[01:37:08.720 --> 01:37:10.240] were trying getting at?
[01:37:10.240 --> 01:37:16.680] Yeah the higher the level in the company the greater the amount of flypaper one is wrapped
[01:37:16.680 --> 01:37:27.840] up in the larger the company typically the greater the amount of flypaper so those who
[01:37:27.840 --> 01:37:33.960] are at the top of big companies are mummified with flypaper.
[01:37:33.960 --> 01:37:45.840] Yeah I understand okay that's the concept there and it is not the fact of being an employee
[01:37:45.840 --> 01:37:54.080] it's what goes with the rest of the benefits that go with being an employee that start
[01:37:54.080 --> 01:37:58.760] to trigger the problems with the income tax system.
[01:37:58.760 --> 01:38:06.960] Yes my question first question to you is is that an element of what you teach in removing
[01:38:06.960 --> 01:38:08.120] yourself?
[01:38:08.120 --> 01:38:15.560] If the party is an employee yes we spend a great deal of time with that the typical
[01:38:15.560 --> 01:38:23.520] small business owner may have some employees and so as a supplemental concept once their
[01:38:23.520 --> 01:38:30.800] individual situation is dealt with and that's under control then yes absolutely the question
[01:38:30.800 --> 01:38:36.560] is if I've got an employee that wants to go down this path what do we do?
[01:38:36.560 --> 01:38:43.960] And so we talk about the entanglement for the employee in their circumstance and of course
[01:38:43.960 --> 01:38:52.560] generally what all is involved and then for that party what do they do with their employees
[01:38:52.560 --> 01:38:59.280] who decide I really don't want to volunteer anymore and then they're in a position to
[01:38:59.280 --> 01:39:05.280] counsel intelligently with their employee I don't have to be there they already understand
[01:39:05.280 --> 01:39:13.600] it and take care of it that way yeah it's an issue it's an issue so yeah where it comes
[01:39:13.600 --> 01:39:16.360] up in that circumstance we talk about it.
[01:39:16.360 --> 01:39:26.000] Okay I feel like I'm at least on the outskirts of the issue with that one point.
[01:39:26.000 --> 01:39:34.560] Next would be I am attempting to have a discussion with the company about the withholding that
[01:39:34.560 --> 01:39:45.360] they do and if that is out of hand and not allowable without my permission and see those
[01:39:45.360 --> 01:39:51.680] as that pretty straightforward.
[01:39:51.680 --> 01:40:00.560] It can be the withholding issue is obviously it may speak for itself the most difficult
[01:40:00.560 --> 01:40:06.960] problem and it's not so much a matter of being taxpayer as it is how in the world to get
[01:40:06.960 --> 01:40:17.440] your money back and so the employee takes a while we may remember we may not remember
[01:40:17.440 --> 01:40:22.280] when the current system that we're dealing with right now came in it was a war tax is
[01:40:22.280 --> 01:40:29.440] marketed as a war tax their income tax helped the war okay is marketing like most government
[01:40:29.440 --> 01:40:34.840] marketing they weren't anything like telling us what the mechanism is because the war was
[01:40:34.840 --> 01:40:42.400] not financed with income tax the income tax deals with managing the money supply period
[01:40:42.400 --> 01:40:49.560] managing the money supply so it didn't finance any war effort now that that being neither
[01:40:49.560 --> 01:41:04.840] here nor there the the concept on the where where this obligation comes into the mix the
[01:41:04.840 --> 01:41:12.360] the taxpayer decision isn't isn't one that really gets involved in that scenario it's
[01:41:12.360 --> 01:41:24.000] outside of that it's outside of that it's independent from that it's part of the part
[01:41:24.000 --> 01:41:32.360] of the gotcha it's just it's right there in plain sight nobody sees it but the reason
[01:41:32.360 --> 01:41:35.360] we don't see it is because we think we're dealing with government that's dealing with
[01:41:35.360 --> 01:41:40.520] law we're not dealing with a government we're dealing with a commercial system it provides
[01:41:40.520 --> 01:41:49.600] governmental services but it it is basically private contracted governmental services it
[01:41:49.600 --> 01:42:01.360] is and so that's that's what it appears to be and anyway anyway to me to me footnotes
[01:42:01.360 --> 01:42:08.680] there probably so that answer your question if not let's try again I'm completely with
[01:42:08.680 --> 01:42:15.240] you on that point and what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to change my status with the
[01:42:15.240 --> 01:42:22.360] two fairly large international corporations that I'm working with to one yeah as a contractor
[01:42:22.360 --> 01:42:30.600] where they don't touch my private property without my permission okay the the mechanism
[01:42:30.600 --> 01:42:34.960] there this is the thought I had in mind and then lost it so that's come back again early
[01:42:34.960 --> 01:42:40.960] on there was about a three-year window if one could establish one did not owe income
[01:42:40.960 --> 01:42:47.960] tax for three years running then withholding would stop it may or may not change whether
[01:42:47.960 --> 01:42:57.440] they're a taxpayer or not but the withholding would stop so it may be that kind of an effort
[01:42:57.440 --> 01:43:01.200] involved today I have to go back and check to see what the statute is whether it's even
[01:43:01.200 --> 01:43:09.800] still there I think it is and the withholding concept can be terminated where the employee
[01:43:09.800 --> 01:43:20.080] shows the employer I have paid nothing I've owed nothing for this many tax periods in
[01:43:20.080 --> 01:43:29.960] a row okay that's fundamentally the solution so for the employee it just takes a while
[01:43:29.960 --> 01:43:35.320] you believe that they have some precedent to count all that comes in that we have in
[01:43:35.320 --> 01:43:46.840] town I only got part of the question he said is there some kind of precedent to count everything
[01:43:46.840 --> 01:43:50.640] that comes in as income we're gonna have to answer that question on the other side of
[01:43:50.640 --> 01:43:55.680] the break we've got one more we've got one more segment with Harman Taylor folks we'll

[01:46:10.840 --> 01:46:40.760] okay folks we are back final segment
[01:46:40.760 --> 01:46:48.800] here on this June 28th 2012 show with a very special guest Mr. Harman Taylor again if you
[01:46:48.800 --> 01:46:54.360] like to contact him off the air to discuss taking his course walking you through the
[01:46:54.360 --> 01:46:59.400] process of removing yourself from taxpayer status or just have a general question you
[01:46:59.400 --> 01:47:07.440] can email him at legal underscore reality at earthlink.net now Harman right before we
[01:47:07.440 --> 01:47:14.120] went to break the question from Jim was is there some kind of precedent to for them to
[01:47:14.120 --> 01:47:20.360] be able to count everything that comes in as income so what is your take on that okay
[01:47:20.360 --> 01:47:28.840] this is going to be a semantics driven answer so we there's some details here on the liability
[01:47:28.840 --> 01:47:37.720] side if the party is a taxpayer everything that is the taxpayers and technically in the
[01:47:37.720 --> 01:47:46.120] taxpayers name on the face of the planet is subject to collection for payment okay on
[01:47:46.120 --> 01:47:54.160] the payment side for a taxpayer everything on the planet that is the taxpayers is subject
[01:47:54.160 --> 01:48:02.960] to collection that's on the collection side on the inside how do we get from income gross
[01:48:02.960 --> 01:48:12.320] income to just a gross income to taxable income gross income includes the positive increase
[01:48:12.320 --> 01:48:23.440] in value in every asset on the planet that is that taxpayers one of the complaints about
[01:48:23.440 --> 01:48:31.800] income taxes there's no tax on labor well yeah there is it's income tax so where where
[01:48:31.800 --> 01:48:39.760] value in where property increases in value and is traded so where there's a net increase
[01:48:39.760 --> 01:48:46.240] in this in that property between buying and selling anywhere on the face of the planet
[01:48:46.240 --> 01:48:55.600] that's included cash flow coming in for labor obviously that sort of thing everything about
[01:48:55.600 --> 01:49:04.000] everything is subject to tax now some of its capital gains which means just to be a transaction
[01:49:04.000 --> 01:49:12.480] ball some of it is a rental property schedule E things so yeah I'm a positive side on the
[01:49:12.480 --> 01:49:20.200] gross income side everything is there now there's exception to gross income so we include
[01:49:20.200 --> 01:49:25.880] everything and then we say well we've got an exception here alright so accounting wise
[01:49:25.880 --> 01:49:31.160] we write it down as gross income and we take it right back out to the exception and some
[01:49:31.160 --> 01:49:37.360] people can put I don't know 50 75 pages together of here's all the gross income and then here's
[01:49:37.360 --> 01:49:45.920] all the exceptions so it not gross income after all rollovers for example you take money out
[01:49:45.920 --> 01:49:52.560] from a particular account keep it for less than 90 days roll it back over okay when it
[01:49:52.560 --> 01:49:58.840] comes out its income is rolled back in got an exception so does that address your question
[01:49:58.840 --> 01:50:09.040] yes just ask a real quick question and answer one more time so all that comes in is considered
[01:50:09.040 --> 01:50:18.400] lately under the tax system that we are under all that comes in is considered income at
[01:50:18.400 --> 01:50:27.160] the start yeah in general as a general concept yes there's a lot of details in all that but
[01:50:27.160 --> 01:50:34.080] if it's if it's cash flow kinds of things all of that comes in okay there are some exceptions
[01:50:34.080 --> 01:50:41.760] to that if you get damages from a lawsuit and it's actual damages that's not income
[01:50:41.760 --> 01:50:51.260] that's making you whole you get punitive damages now you got income now Harman this is all assuming
[01:50:51.260 --> 01:50:55.000] that someone is a taxpayer though if you're not a taxpayer then you don't have any income
[01:50:55.000 --> 01:51:00.320] is that right amen okay that's what I thought all right we're learning here okay Jim is
[01:51:00.320 --> 01:51:05.480] that all do you have anything else pretty much I just said just one other clarifying
[01:51:05.480 --> 01:51:14.440] question very quickly so the conclusions drawn by a computer look at the code and trying
[01:51:14.440 --> 01:51:20.320] to reduce it to the lowest common denominator each of the facets of it that Mr. Hendrickson
[01:51:20.320 --> 01:51:32.960] did is off base I'm British work but if you're if you're getting non-tax code guidance and
[01:51:32.960 --> 01:51:38.680] I don't know how else to phrase this if you're getting non-tax code guidance from anybody
[01:51:38.680 --> 01:51:47.480] but me be suspicious it doesn't mean they don't get it it just means that I don't know
[01:51:47.480 --> 01:51:54.800] anybody out there have not met anybody I'm not heard of anybody well no no Hendrickson
[01:51:54.800 --> 01:51:59.080] actually does use the tax code to make the arguments about what you can do and so on
[01:51:59.080 --> 01:52:08.120] and so forth he does use the code so did who's the who's the 861 guy Larkin Rose there you
[01:52:08.120 --> 01:52:17.440] go Larkin Rose yeah there are tax code people out there that are just as confused but you
[01:52:17.440 --> 01:52:24.440] know if we're if we're your head it is sourcing what is tell me what Hendricks is saying
[01:52:24.440 --> 01:52:33.440] Hendricks says that is looking at what the Supreme Court gave in their opinion of what
[01:52:33.440 --> 01:52:41.040] income is and the income is only a profit or gain from business activity specifically
[01:52:41.040 --> 01:52:49.280] and okay so I will formally and officially before God and all witnesses assembled tell
[01:52:49.280 --> 01:53:00.040] you that's wrong it's not just business stuff all income income from all sources derived
[01:53:00.040 --> 01:53:09.640] I think is the 16th amendment stuff and so yeah in general presume everything it's not
[01:53:09.640 --> 01:53:16.760] just a thing is in such as profit from business no not just profit from business that profit
[01:53:16.760 --> 01:53:21.560] from business takes us back to the the early corporate cases and of course the very first
[01:53:21.560 --> 01:53:29.280] case is the I'll tell you what it's in a minute I always have it in mind until I need to use
[01:53:29.280 --> 01:53:35.520] it on the radio how about both the money that all the mining fix fix the problem it's the
[01:53:35.520 --> 01:53:44.240] one ahead of that Bruce or Pollack no Pollack in the Pollack circumstance Pollack's a shareholder
[01:53:44.240 --> 01:53:50.080] the directors wanted to pay the voluntary two percent deal Pollack said no and the whole
[01:53:50.080 --> 01:53:55.200] discussion there is on direct and indirect taxation well the decision is made in the
[01:53:55.200 --> 01:54:01.680] very first opening paragraph of the court everything else after that is really interesting
[01:54:01.680 --> 01:54:09.720] discussion that isn't nothing directly to do with the decision at any rate the thought
[01:54:09.720 --> 01:54:15.360] developed there okay if you're this kind of an entity then you don't have the obligation
[01:54:15.360 --> 01:54:21.680] and the Baltic mining case came back and said no your corporation the people that are setting
[01:54:21.680 --> 01:54:30.440] up this system messed up the first time they've got it fixed now and so yeah the corporations
[01:54:30.440 --> 01:54:39.000] have this issue but there's a corporate context case the human being has a different context
[01:54:39.000 --> 01:54:47.800] the different scope so everything about everything coming into the human being in a way of positive
[01:54:47.800 --> 01:54:56.800] cash flow is gross income now whether that's adjusted gross income or not deals with some
[01:54:56.800 --> 01:55:02.840] other things and then whether that's taxable income or not deals with some other things
[01:55:02.840 --> 01:55:10.120] so we just start by pouring everything into the boot and then for this kind of issue
[01:55:10.120 --> 01:55:14.800] we pour out a little bit and that kind of issue we pour out a little bit and pretty soon
[01:55:14.800 --> 01:55:22.800] we get down to taxable income okay Jim I hope that answers your question because we really
[01:55:22.800 --> 01:55:27.000] need to move on we've only got three minutes left and we have another caller I say really
[01:55:27.000 --> 01:55:35.880] minutes too many can I speak in with the with 16th amendment very quickly we only have three
[01:55:35.880 --> 01:55:42.560] minutes left I'd like to take one more call a tax shall be laid on income from whatever
[01:55:42.560 --> 01:55:49.640] source derived if you change the words just a little bit is income derived from whatever
[01:55:49.640 --> 01:55:56.960] source so the sources are they the income or is the income derived from the source and
[01:55:56.960 --> 01:56:02.560] are they not the income is derived from the source barely talking about direct and indirect
[01:56:02.560 --> 01:56:09.200] taxation and early on of a company was selling widgets and they happen to make some money
[01:56:09.200 --> 01:56:15.760] off the stock the question was this is making off the stock call finances yes their main
[01:56:15.760 --> 01:56:24.160] business is widgets okay they made some investments the investments count okay thank you very much
[01:56:24.160 --> 01:56:31.840] for the call Jim okay thank you okay we are going now to David in Texas we've got just
[01:56:31.840 --> 01:56:36.880] over two minutes left David what is your question for Harman Taylor quick comment no question
[01:56:36.880 --> 01:56:44.000] I couldn't talk to you this evening if I can my quick comment is I disagreed with the reasoning
[01:56:44.000 --> 01:56:48.280] and the legal logic that was used in today's Supreme Court ruling claiming that the health
[01:56:48.280 --> 01:56:52.680] care mandate was attacked and therefore suppose no they didn't say it was a tax they say it
[01:56:52.680 --> 01:56:57.040] was a tax penalty we went over that earlier in the show yeah I think it should not have
[01:56:57.040 --> 01:56:59.560] been I think the whole thing should have been thrown out and I think the mandate should
[01:56:59.560 --> 01:57:06.480] have certainly been thrown out myself I don't agree with the logic used on that did what
[01:57:06.480 --> 01:57:12.000] did your guest agree that he thinks it was constitutional and I have another quick question
[01:57:12.000 --> 01:57:18.880] after that yeah Harman there's no such thing as constitutional and unconstitutional what
[01:57:18.880 --> 01:57:25.160] they're saying is that the agreements involved here are fundamentally consistent with the
[01:57:25.160 --> 01:57:30.880] policy of the system the example there is the heller case the second amendment case
[01:57:30.880 --> 01:57:38.160] out of DC the municipality cannot induce someone to agree to be disarmed in his own home that's
[01:57:38.160 --> 01:57:42.800] an illegal agreement but the thing that they're doing here with health care is a legal agreement
[01:57:42.800 --> 01:57:50.120] so so yeah they call it constitutional but I hate the term I try not to use it right
[01:57:50.120 --> 01:57:53.800] they're saying it's an enforceable agreement so what the hassle meant well we don't have
[01:57:53.800 --> 01:57:58.120] time we're at the end of the show David I'm sorry we can't have any more discussion on
[01:57:58.120 --> 01:58:04.760] this issue tonight if you want to hear Harman Taylor's rap on the why there is no constitution
[01:58:04.760 --> 01:58:10.880] and why constitutional and unconstitutional doesn't those words don't even apply anymore
