[00:00.000 --> 00:07.000] Home sweet home. As Judy Garland used to say, there's no place like it, but there's one
[00:07.000 --> 00:11.480] room in our homes that's hands down the most dangerous. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and
[00:11.480 --> 00:15.000] I'll tell you which one it is in a moment.
[00:15.000 --> 00:19.360] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back
[00:19.360 --> 00:24.960] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:24.960 --> 00:30.960] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself. Privacy,
[00:30.960 --> 00:36.240] it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[00:36.240 --> 00:42.240] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage.
[00:42.240 --> 00:48.240] What's the most dangerous room in your house? While you may worry about kitchen hazards
[00:48.240 --> 00:54.400] like hot stoves and sharp knives, the riskiest room happens to be the smallest in your bathroom.
[00:54.400 --> 00:58.200] Bathroom injuries send nearly a quarter of a million Americans to the emergency room
[00:58.200 --> 01:04.000] every year, and 14% wind up hospitalized. The most hazardous activity is bathing and
[01:04.000 --> 01:09.480] showering. The most injured body part? The head. The most vulnerable age group? Seniors
[01:09.480 --> 01:15.160] over 85 who suffer more than half of their injuries near the toilet. And ladies, be extra
[01:15.160 --> 01:19.800] careful in that bathroom danger zone. You're nearly twice as likely to be injured there
[01:19.800 --> 01:20.800] as a man. Ouch.
[01:20.800 --> 01:27.800] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:27.800 --> 01:37.240] Radio frequency identification, or RFID, is a technology that silently tracks objects
[01:37.240 --> 01:42.120] using radio waves. But what if the object is you? I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll
[01:42.120 --> 01:47.360] be back with a buzz on just how invasive this stealthy technology can be.
[01:47.360 --> 01:51.760] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back
[01:51.760 --> 01:57.360] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:57.360 --> 02:02.760] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy,
[02:02.760 --> 02:08.640] it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[02:08.640 --> 02:14.640] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage.
[02:14.640 --> 02:21.640] RFID microchips were used for a recent study on the habits of honeybees. Researchers tracked
[02:21.640 --> 02:26.680] each bee individually through an RFID tag glued to its back that beamed back a unique
[02:26.680 --> 02:31.720] identification number. When tagged bees flew through an antenna probe in fake flowers,
[02:31.720 --> 02:37.640] the scientists instantly knew. But the bees didn't since RFID waves are silent and invisible.
[02:37.640 --> 02:42.680] Major corporations want to put similar RFID tags in all consumer items, making people
[02:42.680 --> 02:47.720] aware and carry those items trackable, just like the bees. Bee studies clearly demonstrate
[02:47.720 --> 02:52.720] how RFID could deliver a stinging blow to our freedom and privacy. Join me in opposing
[02:52.720 --> 03:13.720] this invasive technology. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[03:22.720 --> 03:39.720] All right, folks. Good evening. This is the Monday Night Rules of Law show. This is your
[03:39.720 --> 03:45.600] host Eddie Craig. It is Monday Night Traffic Night, as it's always been known here lately.
[03:45.600 --> 03:52.880] It is June 4th, 2012. We are live tonight. Now, what I would like to do before we kick
[03:52.880 --> 03:58.720] into high gear and do a recap of the 9-11 event down at Brave New Books this past Saturday
[03:58.720 --> 04:04.040] night, there is something I would like to get all the folks out there that are listening,
[04:04.040 --> 04:10.840] especially if it's first timers or someone that's only listened to a couple of the shows.
[04:10.840 --> 04:15.040] The rest of you are already familiar with the way that I think and feel about most things,
[04:15.040 --> 04:22.200] but I'm going to clarify hopefully for everyone from the novice to the expert what we're looking
[04:22.200 --> 04:29.000] at in the events of today. Let me give you a little insight into what we're dealing with
[04:29.000 --> 04:37.480] in this so-called two-party system we call politics. Now, as you all know, I teach a
[04:37.480 --> 04:45.160] class that the entire purpose of it is to teach others how to take the rules of the
[04:45.160 --> 04:53.000] system and hold the system accountable under its own rules. At the same time I'm teaching
[04:53.000 --> 04:58.160] them these rules, I also have to teach them where the system does not follow those rules
[04:58.160 --> 05:07.080] and what to do about that. So, let me explain where we've gone wrong with a two-party system
[05:07.080 --> 05:15.120] that degrades into the necessity of someone like me picking up that task and having to
[05:15.120 --> 05:23.120] make it a lifestyle in order to help others recognize what liberty is. So, let me just
[05:23.120 --> 05:27.760] clarify this little picture here for you. Right now we have three dominant principles
[05:27.760 --> 05:34.080] in the world of politics, liberals, democrats, and republicans. So, let's understand what
[05:34.080 --> 05:41.320] we're dealing with. A liberal is someone that prescribes to the idea that it is actually
[05:41.320 --> 05:49.160] possible to pick up a turd by the clean end. A modern democrat is someone that wants us
[05:49.160 --> 05:54.560] all to believe that turd is some new delicacy and that we should all be forced to take
[05:54.560 --> 06:02.240] a taste. And a republican is someone that maintains both of these beliefs but lies about
[06:02.240 --> 06:10.440] it in public. That people is what we have for a political system, con men, liars and
[06:10.440 --> 06:21.720] thieves. Now, given that we should not go out in the world looking to have any of them be
[06:21.720 --> 06:29.760] willing to face the truth, admit the truth, recognize the truth, or allow or want others
[06:29.760 --> 06:36.600] to do any of those things. In fact, the only way they can maintain their power and their
[06:36.600 --> 06:42.960] status quo is to keep everybody else in mushroom land. And if you don't know what mushroom
[06:42.960 --> 06:50.560] land is, it's where they put you in the dark and shovel you crap and that's it. If you
[06:50.560 --> 06:56.040] don't recognize this system for that, then you've got your head in the sand somewhere
[06:56.040 --> 07:02.040] and you're not any better off, okay? I'd rather stand up and fight back and get punched in
[07:02.040 --> 07:06.280] the face than be bent over with part of me burying the dirt and getting my butt kicked
[07:06.280 --> 07:13.240] all the way up till I'm at the same level with the ground. But that's just me. Now,
[07:13.240 --> 07:22.000] given that, I want you to understand that there are real, live, honest to God, freedom-loving,
[07:22.000 --> 07:31.280] hardworking, intelligent people that are on our side of this situation that want things
[07:31.280 --> 07:39.000] to change. They want the truth known. They want the facts available to all, not just
[07:39.000 --> 07:47.160] us on this show, but also people like Richard Gage of Architects and Engineers for 911 Truth.
[07:47.160 --> 07:52.400] And speaking of which, Deborah, would you please let us know how Saturday Night went
[07:52.400 --> 07:58.600] in glorious detail? Oh, absolutely. Saturday Night was a smashing, raging
[07:58.600 --> 08:06.720] success. Everything went as planned except for the GCN was having some technical difficulties
[08:06.720 --> 08:13.880] on their end during the first segment. But other than that, everything went as planned.
[08:13.880 --> 08:21.360] Richard Gage was in a tux. Thankfully, I had brought a suit to change into. I couldn't
[08:21.360 --> 08:25.560] set up everything in my suit, but fortunately, I had time to change clothes because I was
[08:25.560 --> 08:29.240] going to be sitting next to Richard Gage for two hours. I didn't want to be sitting next
[08:29.240 --> 08:31.920] to him in my jeans when he's sitting there wearing a tux.
[08:31.920 --> 08:38.080] Anyway, the whole thing was just a smashing success. The setup for the on-location radio
[08:38.080 --> 08:44.960] show went very smooth. Everything went just exactly as planned. Karen Rennick from Vote
[08:44.960 --> 08:50.400] Rescue, that's VoteRescue.org. We've had her on, she's a very good friend of mine, very
[08:50.400 --> 08:55.520] good friend of ours. She's been on the show many times. Y'all can go to VoteRescue.org
[08:55.520 --> 09:00.880] to find out more about their organization, the push for hand counted paper ballots in
[09:00.880 --> 09:07.440] public view because of course with the electronic counting, it doesn't matter whether the software
[09:07.440 --> 09:14.640] is proprietary or open source. If there's no way to verify the paper ballots, if there's
[09:14.640 --> 09:20.520] no way to verify the count, we just don't have any elections. Of course, the paper trail
[09:20.520 --> 09:24.120] is not the answer. Karen can get into more about that.
[09:24.120 --> 09:31.280] Anyway, she did the intro and most of that did go out on the air. Then Richard gave his
[09:31.280 --> 09:37.880] intro and unfortunately about that time GCNs started having technical difficulties and
[09:37.880 --> 09:43.160] so we were not, that part did not go out on the air for about seven, there was about five
[09:43.160 --> 09:49.280] to seven minutes that was lost out of the intro. But fortunately, after the first break
[09:49.280 --> 09:56.760] on GCN, they managed to work out their issues and pretty much I would say more than half
[09:56.760 --> 10:02.600] of Richard Gage's intro did get archived and it did go out on the air. Of course, on all
[10:02.600 --> 10:07.520] the local affiliates as well here in Austin, 9.1 FM.
[10:07.520 --> 10:16.080] And then after Richard gave his intro, then he came back to radio row and we had a fantastic
[10:16.080 --> 10:22.520] interview with Richard Gage, George Butler and I just had just a blasting interview with
[10:22.520 --> 10:29.880] Richard for the next probably hour and a half or so and then the movie ended right about
[10:29.880 --> 10:35.840] the time that George's show ended and just as planned, right on schedule, we disconnected
[10:35.840 --> 10:43.800] from GCN and we reconnected with this network, Logos Radio Network and architect Ron Avery,
[10:43.800 --> 10:48.720] a good friend of ours, he lives down in New Braunfels which is about 45 minutes from
[10:48.720 --> 10:57.080] here. Ron Avery and Eddie came on to introduce the show on Logos, on the Logos Radio Network
[10:57.080 --> 11:01.400] and we had a short interview with Ron Avery and Eddie gave a little bit of a testimony
[11:01.400 --> 11:10.600] as well and then we cut right to the Q&A and Richard Gage and Ron Avery hosted a Q&A session
[11:10.600 --> 11:16.040] with an absolutely jam-packed audience at Brave New Books. There's probably about 140
[11:16.040 --> 11:21.000] people there. It's probably the most people that I've seen at Brave New Books other than
[11:21.000 --> 11:28.000] when we had the screening of A Noble Lie. So architect Ron Avery and architect Richard
[11:28.000 --> 11:32.520] Gage, founder of Architects and Engineers for 9-Eleven Truth, hosted the Q&A for the
[11:32.520 --> 11:39.520] next hour and a half or so and they wrapped up the Q&A a little after 10.30 and I was
[11:39.520 --> 11:45.520] running concurrently an archive of the most recent Truth Exposed radio episode with their
[11:45.520 --> 11:54.360] coverage of the Bilderberg meeting and so from a little after 10.30 to 11 with the end
[11:54.360 --> 12:00.040] of that archive and all of that went out on the local affiliates as well and then after
[12:00.040 --> 12:06.760] that a large group of us went out to eat with Richard Gage and it was just the most wonderful
[12:06.760 --> 12:13.160] time. Everyone just had a blast and I have to say, hanging out with Richard Gage was
[12:13.160 --> 12:18.760] just really amazing. He's always been a personal hero of mine and to just spend some time with
[12:18.760 --> 12:26.120] him on the air and off the air, the man is just so humble. I've hardly ever known anyone
[12:26.120 --> 12:31.280] that had so much humility as him and it's just being in this Truth movement and being
[12:31.280 --> 12:37.800] involved with the Patriot Truth radio movement and industry and all that, I have just been
[12:37.800 --> 12:45.000] very blessed to meet some of the most wonderful people that I've never would have met if I
[12:45.000 --> 12:50.200] hadn't been involved in this Truth movement and I have to say, Richard Gage, he is one
[12:50.200 --> 12:56.360] of the top cream of the crop. He's very humble. He's very down to earth. He's very willing
[12:56.360 --> 13:01.720] to sit and talk with you however long you want and it was just, I'm very pleased and
[13:01.720 --> 13:07.320] very blessed and honored to actually be able to call him a friend of mine now and so we
[13:07.320 --> 13:12.120] made new friends and I met a wonderful person and get to hang out with some more of my old
[13:12.120 --> 13:18.960] friends like Ron Avery and anyway, I am just absolutely ecstatically pleased. It was a
[13:18.960 --> 13:24.600] raging, roaring, smashing success except for GCN's little blip right at the beginning
[13:24.600 --> 13:31.080] of the show, the intro but fortunately everything else went just smooth as glass and I will
[13:31.080 --> 13:38.360] have the archive of the Q&A posted probably later tonight and I'm also going to get a
[13:38.360 --> 13:44.840] higher quality archive of George's show. The archive that's posted on the GCN website
[13:44.840 --> 13:49.840] is a little bit of a lower quality but I will be getting a higher quality archive from one
[13:49.840 --> 13:54.920] of the local affiliates that recorded what went out on the air on the affiliate station
[13:54.920 --> 14:01.320] and I will be posting that on our archive page as well so folks will be able to get a
[14:01.320 --> 14:07.880] higher, a high quality archive of the interview with Richard and George and myself and also
[14:07.880 --> 14:12.320] you'll be able to hear the Q&A session if you were not able to go to the event or if
[14:12.320 --> 14:18.800] you were not able to hear that and for folks who are actually at the screening you didn't,
[14:18.800 --> 14:24.080] you probably did not hear, well I'm sure you did not have a chance to hear the interview
[14:24.080 --> 14:29.480] that George and Richard and I did unless you have listened to the archive on GCN so folks
[14:29.480 --> 14:34.360] I do encourage you to check out these archives as soon as I get them posted and I'm ready
[14:34.360 --> 14:38.320] for the next event, it was fantastic, I had a great time, did you enjoy the event Eddie,
[14:38.320 --> 14:39.320] did you like it?
[14:39.320 --> 14:42.840] Oh yeah, I enjoyed it a lot.
[14:42.840 --> 14:47.360] It was absolutely a smashing success, I had a wonderful time and looking forward to the
[14:47.360 --> 14:52.960] next one so I guess that's all I have for now. Oh, I do have one other announcement
[14:52.960 --> 14:59.600] to make, June 23rd and we're going to be running some PSAs about this as well, folks out there
[14:59.600 --> 15:06.840] who are listening in the Austin area, Central Texas area on June 23rd that is about two
[15:06.840 --> 15:14.680] and a half weeks from now, two weeks from this coming Saturday, a noble lie is going
[15:14.680 --> 15:20.280] to be screened at the San Antonio Film Festival and folks this is a major deal, the San Antonio
[15:20.280 --> 15:27.720] Film Festival is just barely one notch below tier one film festivals and in a tier one film
[15:27.720 --> 15:35.280] festival is a film festival like Cannes, Montreal, Toronto, international film festivals like
[15:35.280 --> 15:39.560] that are considered the top tier level of international film festivals.
[15:39.560 --> 15:45.600] San Antonio Film Festival is also an international film festival and it is just barely one notch
[15:45.600 --> 15:53.960] below tier one, if we get a chance to, if we get a chance folks to actually win the San
[15:53.960 --> 15:59.720] Antonio Film Festival then we will be able to get our foot in the door at some of these
[15:59.720 --> 16:07.880] top tier film festivals so folks, June 23rd, a noble lie will be screened, I believe it's
[16:07.880 --> 16:13.000] some time around two or three in the afternoon, you can see the schedule on the San Antonio
[16:13.000 --> 16:19.400] Film Festival website, we are going to be there and we've got a little preview of some
[16:19.400 --> 16:25.120] good news, apparently the director of the film festival has told us don't miss the
[16:25.120 --> 16:32.520] awards ceremony the next night and so we will be there with bells on, I'm shopping for my
[16:32.520 --> 16:37.680] semi-formal gown right now for the awards banquet awards ceremony at the San Antonio
[16:37.680 --> 16:43.520] Film Festival which will be on the 24th so folks get down there, you can buy tickets
[16:43.520 --> 16:49.040] just for that one movie, a noble lie, we need to pack the house and show and get everyone
[16:49.040 --> 16:54.040] out there to show support for the movie for our awards ceremony, alright that's all we
[16:54.040 --> 17:00.680] are going to break, we'll be right back, this is the rule of law.
[17:00.680 --> 17:11.680] We need to change direction, we really need change, we can't afford to make the same mistakes
[17:11.680 --> 17:16.280] we've made in the past, Mitt Romney's reputation as a flip-flopper, he went the other way when
[17:16.280 --> 17:21.000] he got paid to go the other way, there is need for economic stimulus, it's about serial
[17:21.000 --> 17:26.240] hypocrisy, this election is about trust, there's been one true consistent candidate and that's
[17:26.240 --> 17:31.080] Dr. Ron Paul, Ron Paul has been so consistent from the very beginning, he seems like a
[17:31.080 --> 17:34.560] more honest candidate, he tells the truth about what he believes whether you like it
[17:34.560 --> 17:39.840] or not, he's never once voted for a tax increase, never once voted for an unbalanced budget,
[17:39.840 --> 17:44.560] Ron Paul's plan is bold, cut five departments, it's what we need, when he says he's going
[17:44.560 --> 17:48.680] to cut a trillion dollars in the first year, I believe it, if you don't like how things
[17:48.680 --> 17:55.120] are going, he's tired of politicians, he's something different, Ron Paul, Ron Paul, Ron
[17:55.120 --> 18:00.640] Paul is the one we've been looking for, I'm Ron Paul and I approve this message.

[20:11.960 --> 20:17.560] in Oklahoma which is considered one of the most prestigious international film festivals
[20:17.560 --> 20:24.160] for independent filmmakers, so we've won a film festival already and we were finalists
[20:24.160 --> 20:29.240] in three other film festivals and now we're headed to the San Antonio Film Festival, the
[20:29.240 --> 20:34.920] biggest one yet, we've been told don't miss the awards banquet, we're very excited, we
[20:34.920 --> 20:39.680] don't know what's going to happen but we need to pack the house, so folks, anywhere out
[20:39.680 --> 20:46.040] there, if you're in the central Texas region, San Antonio is only an hour away from Austin,
[20:46.040 --> 20:53.480] make sure you get down there on Saturday June 23rd, it's an afternoon showing, I believe
[20:53.480 --> 20:57.160] it starts at either two or three o'clock, I'll have to confirm on the website, you can
[20:57.160 --> 21:02.400] go to the San Antonio, just look up on XQuick San Antonio Film Festival and you'll get
[21:02.400 --> 21:06.960] to the website and then you can pull up the schedule, so folks, please get down there,
[21:06.960 --> 21:13.160] it's an afternoon, so it would be very easy for people even if you're an early bird and
[21:13.160 --> 21:18.320] go to bed early, it's not like you'll be driving home back to Austin late at night,
[21:18.320 --> 21:23.160] you can be home early in the evening, head down there in the morning or early afternoon,
[21:23.160 --> 21:29.040] we need as many people as possible to get down there and fill that room, it's going
[21:29.040 --> 21:34.600] to be at a very wonderful location, very high class, so I really hope it will be an enjoyable
[21:34.600 --> 21:38.840] experience for everyone, but get down there June 23rd in the afternoon for the San Antonio
[21:38.840 --> 21:45.720] Film Festival to show your support for the movie A Noble Lie and yeah, it will very much
[21:45.720 --> 21:51.880] increase the impression upon the judges who are already greatly impressed with our film,
[21:51.880 --> 21:55.640] so just wanted to get that little plug out there and we will be announcing this more
[21:55.640 --> 22:00.400] over the next couple weeks and running a PSA, but this is very exciting, so I guess that's
[22:00.400 --> 22:04.840] all I have for now and Eddie, you can take it away and we do have a caller on the line
[22:04.840 --> 22:08.080] Marshall from Oregon whenever you're ready to take calls, Eddie.
[22:08.080 --> 22:16.800] Yep, I'm ready, folks calling number is 512-646-1984, this is our Monday night show, so save mortgages
[22:16.800 --> 22:24.160] and things of that nature for Thursday and Friday, but we can deal with debt collections,
[22:24.160 --> 22:28.800] traffic tickets, general due process questions and things of that nature tonight, so please
[22:28.800 --> 22:33.160] feel free, the more callers we have, the more information we spread, the better off we're
[22:33.160 --> 22:34.640] all going to be.
[22:34.640 --> 22:38.360] Alright, Marshall, what can we do for you this evening?
[22:38.360 --> 22:46.680] Hi Eddie, hey I'm in Oregon right now and it appears that we're the other type of system
[22:46.680 --> 22:51.560] that I've heard you talk about instead of transportation code, title 59 is what's called
[22:51.560 --> 22:57.440] the Oregon Vehicle Code and I've been trying to go through and you know decide for and
[22:57.440 --> 23:02.880] figure out where the real meanings are and I've heard you talk about before, part of
[23:02.880 --> 23:11.840] that is where they talk about this state and I do see that in 01.020, it talks about Section
[23:11.840 --> 23:19.000] 1 where it's the applicability and the purpose of their vehicle code and then it starts talking
[23:19.000 --> 23:25.040] about exercise of the police powers of this state and so on and I'm just wondering or
[23:25.040 --> 23:31.560] trying to clarify is this one of the key sections where it really is defining the applicability
[23:31.560 --> 23:35.920] but I don't fully understand or maybe you could better explain how that works or if
[23:35.920 --> 23:40.040] I need some other sections or parts as well.
[23:40.040 --> 23:45.480] The first thing you want to read after you locate the statute, you want to start finding
[23:45.480 --> 23:49.360] the enrolled bill that the legislature actually passed.
[23:49.360 --> 23:54.280] The statute may or may not match the enrolled bill.
[23:54.280 --> 24:00.440] For instance, here in Texas in the old Vernon's Annotated Civil statute code books, the very
[24:00.440 --> 24:08.600] first page of every volume was a certification certificate signed by the Secretary of State.
[24:08.600 --> 24:15.600] That certification certificate said that all statutes in this volume are true and correct
[24:15.600 --> 24:23.040] copies of the enrolled bills of the legislative sessions of 1925.
[24:23.040 --> 24:30.760] This was 1990 code books, 2000 code books, but they were all certified to be correct
[24:30.760 --> 24:37.960] and true according to the 1925 legislative enactments.
[24:37.960 --> 24:44.480] So when I've taught people before that Texas law is not based on current revised statute,
[24:44.480 --> 24:50.640] Texas law is based on a historical set of enrolled bills.
[24:50.640 --> 24:55.520] So if you actually start going to the enrolled bills and find each one of its predecessors
[24:55.520 --> 25:02.280] and looking at some of the older code books in Oregon and you find out what the certification
[25:02.280 --> 25:09.000] was in those code books, you'll know what year you should be looking at to find the
[25:09.000 --> 25:13.600] true meaning of the law you're reading.
[25:13.600 --> 25:20.360] Because the one thing every state constitution I've seen forbids is the alteration of an
[25:20.360 --> 25:28.680] enrolled bill that has already been passed, the alteration of its object or its subject
[25:28.680 --> 25:31.640] through the amendment process.
[25:31.640 --> 25:37.600] For instance, here in Texas Article 3, Section 29-35 of the Texas Constitution specifically
[25:37.600 --> 25:46.840] forbids the alteration of any law to encompass a new subject that was not contained in the
[25:46.840 --> 25:50.420] preamble of the original enactment.
[25:50.420 --> 25:56.680] No amendment can make it expanded beyond what that original bill applied to.
[25:56.680 --> 26:03.800] The preamble is basically the discussion header that precedes being in and of and by the authority
[26:03.800 --> 26:06.840] of the legislature in the state of Texas.
[26:06.840 --> 26:14.840] The preamble is the part that summarizes and describes the purpose, intent, and applicable
[26:14.840 --> 26:21.200] objects and subjects of the following statutory provisions.
[26:21.200 --> 26:28.920] If it's not in the preamble, but it is in the body of statute, it's unenforceable.
[26:28.920 --> 26:38.040] The body of the statute cannot contain any subject or object that was not in the actual
[26:38.040 --> 26:40.520] upper portion there.
[26:40.520 --> 26:45.520] So when you get to that actual enrolled bill that was passed, you'll be able to read that
[26:45.520 --> 26:46.520] preamble.
[26:46.520 --> 26:52.600] You'll know what was in it and what the original purpose and intent of the statute was.
[26:52.600 --> 26:56.200] Then you can start from there and come forward instead of having to work your way backwards
[26:56.200 --> 26:58.200] to understand everything.
[26:58.200 --> 27:00.320] Does that help?
[27:00.320 --> 27:06.160] So is this, I, well, it's getting there, is this, are you talking more specifically
[27:06.160 --> 27:14.680] when the original vehicle code Title 59 was established or and or the individual statutes
[27:14.680 --> 27:21.720] or RSS in this case within the vehicle code as they were added after Title 59 was established?
[27:21.720 --> 27:24.360] Added after is an amendment.
[27:24.360 --> 27:29.360] An amendment cannot change the original purpose of the bill.
[27:29.360 --> 27:34.680] It cannot expand it in any way.
[27:34.680 --> 27:42.560] The only way, the only thing it can expand is how it applied to what was already involved
[27:42.560 --> 27:45.280] in the bill and covered by the bill.
[27:45.280 --> 27:51.400] For instance, if the bill covered the operation of motor vehicles for the purpose of transportation
[27:51.400 --> 27:58.280] or commerce or hire, okay, and that's all it encompassed, they can't come back later
[27:58.280 --> 28:04.120] and remove certain words to make it appear to encompass more than that preamble originally
[28:04.120 --> 28:06.560] set up.
[28:06.560 --> 28:16.880] Even if they remove the words for a hire or compensation out of the existing statute
[28:16.880 --> 28:24.160] by an amended revision of it, that does not change the original intent of the bill.
[28:24.160 --> 28:29.760] And the fact that they took the words out do not change in any way shape or form what
[28:29.760 --> 28:34.760] that statute applies to, follow?
[28:34.760 --> 28:39.520] I was trying to getting that when I first read this is where does it talk about commerce
[28:39.520 --> 28:44.880] if it does or even if indirectly and it doesn't appear to be there but you're basically
[28:44.880 --> 28:46.960] You start with the terms.
[28:46.960 --> 28:53.200] You also start with what you know you have the right to do and not do.
[28:53.200 --> 29:00.240] For instance, I haven't read the Oregon Constitution, but you need to.
[29:00.240 --> 29:07.640] What you need to understand is this, you have certain unalienable rights.
[29:07.640 --> 29:13.960] I have never seen any constitutional language of the ones that I have read where we get
[29:13.960 --> 29:23.000] the people of any given state gave regulatory power of our personal lives to the state legislature.
[29:23.000 --> 29:31.000] We didn't give them regulatory power of our private property through anything in the Constitution
[29:31.000 --> 29:33.680] to the state legislature.
[29:33.680 --> 29:42.080] We only gave them the power to regulate certain things that can affect our rights detrimentally
[29:42.080 --> 29:43.840] and protect us from that.
[29:43.840 --> 29:47.280] Hang on a second Marshall, I'll pick this up on the other side.
[29:47.280 --> 29:48.840] This is rule of law radio.
[29:48.840 --> 29:51.840] Calling number is 512-646-984.
[29:51.840 --> 29:55.520] Times of the Monday night traffic show with your host Eddie Craig will be right back
[29:55.520 --> 30:00.360] after the break.
[30:00.360 --> 30:05.720] A noble lie, Oklahoma City 1995 will change forever the way you look at the true nature
[30:05.720 --> 30:06.720] of terrorism.
[30:06.720 --> 30:10.600] Based on the damage patting to the building, but the government seems impossible.
[30:10.600 --> 30:14.280] The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say.
[30:14.280 --> 30:18.080] The decision was made not to pursue any more of those individuals.
[30:18.080 --> 30:22.800] Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded, tossed around.
[30:22.800 --> 30:26.520] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing.
[30:26.520 --> 30:29.600] Expose the cover up now at anobleye.com.

[30:43.520 --> 30:49.600] metals, virus, fungus, bacteria and parasites, plus it cleans and purifies the blood, lungs,

[31:01.400 --> 31:06.360] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the internet isn't so
[31:06.360 --> 31:10.040] easy and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[31:10.040 --> 31:13.200] Oh well I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[31:13.200 --> 31:14.200] Brave New Books?
[31:14.200 --> 31:15.200] Yes!
[31:15.200 --> 31:19.360] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones,

[31:24.800 --> 31:27.680] There's no way a place like that includes this.
[31:27.680 --> 31:29.120] Go check it out for yourself.
[31:29.120 --> 31:32.840] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street just south of UT.
[31:32.840 --> 31:33.840] Oh by UT?
[31:33.840 --> 31:36.760] There's never anywhere to park down there.
[31:36.760 --> 31:42.120] Actually they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking
[31:42.120 --> 31:44.320] facility just behind the bookstore.
[31:44.320 --> 31:46.320] It does exist!
[31:46.320 --> 31:48.160] But when are they open?
[31:48.160 --> 31:52.880] Monday through Saturday, 11am to 9pm and 1-6pm on Sundays.
[31:52.880 --> 32:22.680] So give them a call at 512-480-2503 or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com.
[32:22.680 --> 32:23.680] Hi folks!
[32:23.680 --> 32:24.680] We are back.
[32:24.680 --> 32:25.680] This is Willis-Law Ripio.
[32:25.680 --> 32:28.800] We are currently talking with Marshall in Oregon.
[32:28.800 --> 32:30.680] Hi Marshall.
[32:30.680 --> 32:36.720] We are talking about how to determine whether or not the Oregon Motor Vehicle Code means
[32:36.720 --> 32:41.240] the same thing as the Texas Transportation Code when it comes to determining whether
[32:41.240 --> 32:45.280] or not you're engaging in commerce.
[32:45.280 --> 32:50.880] And as we were going out to the break I was talking about having to understand what rights
[32:50.880 --> 32:57.680] you possess and what authority was delegated to the legislature.
[32:57.680 --> 33:02.120] We never authorized them to regulate us.
[33:02.120 --> 33:10.920] We only authorized them to protect our rights from intrusion by other means, whether it
[33:10.920 --> 33:20.600] be other people, corporations or the corporations desire to use our roads for a place of business
[33:20.600 --> 33:24.320] and generate personal profit from it.
[33:24.320 --> 33:29.640] The use of the roads according to all the federal courts that have heard those issues
[33:29.640 --> 33:37.720] from decades ago before the case law got buried was very simple and straightforward.
[33:37.720 --> 33:42.960] We the people put the government in charge of caretaking certain things for us.
[33:42.960 --> 33:51.000] The advent of the automobile, one of those things was the creation of roads after the
[33:51.000 --> 33:59.840] people decided that it was more easily maintainable if we just set up a state method of making
[33:59.840 --> 34:05.520] sure they were usable because originally in the days of the wagon trains and the early
[34:05.520 --> 34:12.080] ages of the automobile the roads that people traveled on were actually physically maintained
[34:12.080 --> 34:19.960] by the people whose property those roads bordered because that was their main way to get to
[34:19.960 --> 34:23.780] and from town on their own business.
[34:23.780 --> 34:30.680] So if some wagon had come down through there transporting cargo for somebody several times
[34:30.680 --> 34:37.960] through the spring thaw and created huge ruts and holes and everything else then the farmer
[34:37.960 --> 34:44.120] that whose property bordered there or rancher that had to drive his cattle or take their
[34:44.120 --> 34:52.640] crops into town in their own wagons had to pass along that same rutted out hard road.
[34:52.640 --> 34:57.720] And so the property owner was tasked with maintaining that and they pretty much spent a lot of time
[34:57.720 --> 34:58.720] doing that.
[34:58.720 --> 35:04.720] Well, eventually we decided that it was not fair that all of these people that didn't
[35:04.720 --> 35:09.640] actually have to maintain that road should get to use that road for their own personal
[35:09.640 --> 35:14.360] profit and at everyone else's expense.
[35:14.360 --> 35:20.520] So we devised a method where those that were engaging in the use of the private roads and
[35:20.520 --> 35:26.480] all roads were private, they all were private.
[35:26.480 --> 35:33.000] Those that were using it for their own profiteering were now going to be charged a fee to help
[35:33.000 --> 35:37.200] pay for the maintenance of these roads.
[35:37.200 --> 35:43.720] Then after a while it became they would just simply collect taxes from the businesses themselves
[35:43.720 --> 35:46.200] rather than just the wagon owners.
[35:46.200 --> 35:50.480] Once they established it and had multiple wagons they stopped taxing each individual wagon
[35:50.480 --> 35:55.560] and just laid it out as a tax on the operation of the business in the form of an operator's
[35:55.560 --> 35:57.680] license.
[35:57.680 --> 36:04.280] Then they turned around and they decided later on when it became mechanized and so on and
[36:04.280 --> 36:09.600] so forth that the automobile when it was being used for the purpose of generating money was
[36:09.600 --> 36:14.600] very dangerous because the companies were more worried about the bottom line profits
[36:14.600 --> 36:20.840] than they were about the safety requirements of maintaining their vehicles, making sure
[36:20.840 --> 36:24.600] the drivers behind the wheel were skilled enough not to kill anybody while they were
[36:24.600 --> 36:28.080] operating them and so on and so forth.
[36:28.080 --> 36:35.960] But not at any time were these laws intended in any way shape or form to take those that
[36:35.960 --> 36:41.960] were not engaging in the use of the roads for an extraordinary purpose, which is exactly
[36:41.960 --> 36:49.360] what the courts say using them as a place of business is, and make them subject to those
[36:49.360 --> 36:54.400] same laws requiring them to get a license and register a car and treat them entirely
[36:54.400 --> 36:58.040] as if they're engaging in that same commercial activity.
[36:58.040 --> 37:05.280] The courts all agreed that the common ordinary use of the roads is for the traveling enjoyment
[37:05.280 --> 37:12.360] of the public, for their own private business and pleasure and that to use it as a place
[37:12.360 --> 37:22.040] of business for profit or gain was an extraordinary use and that extraordinary use involved an
[37:22.040 --> 37:27.520] element of public safety, the training of the drivers, the safety and care maintenance
[37:27.520 --> 37:34.600] of the vehicles, properly tied down loads that were dangerous, all of these things.
[37:34.600 --> 37:40.280] So the state could regulate it on the pretense of public safety.
[37:40.280 --> 37:45.200] Now they want to pretend that public safety means protecting everyone in the public from
[37:45.200 --> 37:53.600] everybody else rather than just a private citizen from the corporate or commercial entity
[37:53.600 --> 37:55.760] using the roads for business.
[37:55.760 --> 38:01.760] It's all that clear and I hate to go into that long spiel but if you don't understand
[38:01.760 --> 38:07.000] that none of the rest of it makes sense because you're trying to backwards engineer it.
[38:07.000 --> 38:12.920] No, that portion there makes perfect sense to me about regulating everything versus the
[38:12.920 --> 38:15.440] original intent.
[38:15.440 --> 38:22.200] Okay, so the question is when you start back cracking to those older original laws, and
[38:22.200 --> 38:27.560] when I say original, that's not necessarily the very first enactment.
[38:27.560 --> 38:33.680] The very first enactment could have been entirely repealed and reenacted as a completely new
[38:33.680 --> 38:40.520] act, that is possible, but you have to go backwards or forwards from the beginning or
[38:40.520 --> 38:44.360] the very end to find out.
[38:44.360 --> 38:49.440] Once you find that out, you will have a much better chance of understanding what the true
[38:49.440 --> 38:59.800] intent was because whatever that base bill is that all the current law is based on is
[38:59.800 --> 39:06.280] going to be the key to understanding all the current law.
[39:06.280 --> 39:12.960] So what I did when I first read those certifications by the Secretary of State, the whole enjoyable
[39:12.960 --> 39:18.040] thing about being in Austin is I have direct access to the state archives, I have direct
[39:18.040 --> 39:25.520] access to the state law library, and I've got to go down and read the actual 1925 enactments.
[39:25.520 --> 39:33.040] I got to read the actual 1917 bill that led up to the 1925 enactments dealing with the
[39:33.040 --> 39:40.440] licensing of motor vehicles and drivers, and there is absolutely no question whatsoever
[39:40.440 --> 39:49.960] that the license itself for the vehicle and the driver are commercial, absolutely none.
[39:49.960 --> 39:56.400] Even up as late as 1964, Texas courts were still ruling that there was no such thing
[39:56.400 --> 40:00.560] in Texas as the driver's license, and all licenses were commercial.
[40:00.560 --> 40:07.040] In fact Debra, the cab business downtown that was getting cited for not having all these
[40:07.040 --> 40:12.720] licenses and permits, they hired that brand new female attorney that went down and argued
[40:12.720 --> 40:18.000] the case and actually got them kicked out because she was arguing all driver's license
[40:18.000 --> 40:19.000] are commercial.
[40:19.000 --> 40:20.000] Right, right.
[40:20.000 --> 40:27.880] Yeah, that's the electric cab of Austin.
[40:27.880 --> 40:35.040] It's a free shuttle service in downtown Austin, and they're putting the cab business out of
[40:35.040 --> 40:36.040] business.
[40:36.040 --> 40:43.040] The cab industry, like the motor vehicle cab industry out of business in downtown Austin
[40:43.040 --> 40:49.240] because it's a free service, they make their money off of advertising, but they don't drive
[40:49.240 --> 40:57.640] motor vehicles, and so they're not subject to regulation.
[40:57.640 --> 41:00.320] So you need to start with that.
[41:00.320 --> 41:06.760] It's good that you're reading the current revision, but you still need to backtrack
[41:06.760 --> 41:12.200] and find a base law on which all of these existing revisions lie.
[41:12.200 --> 41:17.560] Yeah, and just to clarify about electric cab coming in, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to interrupt
[41:17.560 --> 41:18.560] you, Eddie.
[41:18.560 --> 41:19.560] I thought you were taking a pause.
[41:19.560 --> 41:25.040] The reason they're not subject to regulation is because they are not engaging in commerce
[41:25.040 --> 41:26.040] on the roadways.
[41:26.040 --> 41:33.640] They are not charging a fee to transport passengers from one point to another.
[41:33.640 --> 41:38.600] They are giving free rides, and what they charge for is advertising.
[41:38.600 --> 41:43.360] Well, there's nothing in the transportation code that regulates advertising to my knowledge,
[41:43.360 --> 41:45.120] and so that's why they're not subject to the code.
[41:45.120 --> 41:50.960] But if they were charging to bring people, passengers from one point to another, then
[41:50.960 --> 41:52.760] they would be subject to that regulation.
[41:52.760 --> 41:56.280] So just to clarify that, I'm sorry, go ahead, Eddie.
[41:56.280 --> 42:03.520] Yeah, the current version of the statute in Texas, for instance, that's not the actual
[42:03.520 --> 42:05.040] law either.
[42:05.040 --> 42:12.680] Not a single code that currently exists and is printed for any Texas statute has the Secretary
[42:12.680 --> 42:16.800] of State certification certificate in it, not one.
[42:16.800 --> 42:18.440] What does that tell you?
[42:18.440 --> 42:23.760] The Secretary of State will not sign that these are true and correct.
[42:23.760 --> 42:25.240] Why do you think that is?
[42:25.240 --> 42:30.560] Because they're no longer matching what the actual base law is.
[42:30.560 --> 42:36.960] The 1995 Transportation Code, which is what the current version is with all of its current
[42:36.960 --> 42:44.040] amendments through 2011, that code itself is still not the base law.
[42:44.040 --> 42:49.800] It is a recodification of already existing law.
[42:49.800 --> 42:58.560] The Vernonist Texas Civil Statutes has what is supposed to be the base law from 1925 written
[42:58.560 --> 43:05.880] into it, because that's the one that's got the Secretary of State certification in it.
[43:05.880 --> 43:09.760] But the revised codes don't have that certification.
[43:09.760 --> 43:18.320] They're renumbered, restructured, and rewritten to give them allegedly a clearer meaning and
[43:18.320 --> 43:23.640] the reader a clearer understanding of what's intended and what's applicable.
[43:23.640 --> 43:25.240] And that's a load of BS.
[43:25.240 --> 43:29.160] That's that turd by the clean-in concept again.
[43:29.160 --> 43:36.080] Because what they really did was remove all the words and phrases that limited the application
[43:36.080 --> 43:42.840] and took them out so that the actual recodification appears to have a much broader reach than
[43:42.840 --> 43:43.840] it ever had before.
[43:43.840 --> 43:50.000] But hang on, Marsha, we'll let you get the wording as far as on the other side, I apologize

[45:01.440 --> 45:06.880] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated
[45:06.880 --> 45:09.660] because they struggle to understand it.
[45:09.660 --> 45:15.040] Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise
[45:15.040 --> 45:18.280] the profound meaning of the Scripture.
[45:18.280 --> 45:23.400] After the Recovery Version First, this new translation is extremely faithful
[45:23.400 --> 45:29.760] and accurate, but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes.
[45:29.760 --> 45:34.720] Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance
[45:34.720 --> 45:39.440] into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before.

[46:17.000 --> 46:18.680] Hi folks, we are back.
[46:18.680 --> 46:25.360] This is Rule of Law Radio, and this is the Monday Night Traffic Show with your host, Andy Craig,
[46:25.360 --> 46:30.400] Deborah Steven, our producer tonight, and Randy as usual has Monday nights off, Lazy Bum,
[46:30.400 --> 46:31.400] knocking.
[46:31.400 --> 46:33.800] Okay, we are talking to Marshall in Oregon.
[46:33.800 --> 46:37.960] All right, Marshall, now that I'm going to stop and take a breath, go ahead.
[46:37.960 --> 46:47.960] Just curious, when roughly the Attorney General or whomever stopped certifying the so-called
[46:47.960 --> 46:49.840] Secretariat State?
[46:49.840 --> 46:55.200] Secretariat State, okay.
[46:55.200 --> 47:00.960] In Texas case, about when did that stop happening as far as the certification's going?
[47:00.960 --> 47:10.080] As far as I know, it stopped when they stopped using the Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes,
[47:10.080 --> 47:18.760] which was at some point in either the very late 90s or the mid-2000s.
[47:18.760 --> 47:20.920] Okay.
[47:20.920 --> 47:28.880] Now, in tracking back the archives of this kind of thing and the roots of this, in this
[47:28.880 --> 47:34.480] case, the vehicle called to Oregon, in your experience, would this potentially be online
[47:34.480 --> 47:39.560] at the state or am I going to need to look elsewhere for this kind of information?
[47:39.560 --> 47:46.520] It all depends, and I say that because we'll use Arkansas for an example.
[47:46.520 --> 47:51.040] Almost every state has some statute on the books requiring that the state laws be published
[47:51.040 --> 47:52.840] online.
[47:52.840 --> 47:58.600] The problem is, is you have different interpretations of what that actually means.
[47:58.600 --> 48:06.560] Arkansas has a blurb on their statute page that said, we take no responsibility in keeping
[48:06.560 --> 48:14.280] this site updated and current, and you assume the information on it is true and correct
[48:14.280 --> 48:16.680] at your own peril.
[48:16.680 --> 48:19.240] How's that for honesty?
[48:19.240 --> 48:20.400] Okay.
[48:20.400 --> 48:23.800] And then you have the Texas folks.
[48:23.800 --> 48:31.800] They only put the recodification of the statute online, and that is not the law.
[48:31.800 --> 48:37.840] A statute is nothing more than evidence that a law exists.
[48:37.840 --> 48:45.280] The actual enrolled bill is the law, and that statute is required to comply with it in every
[48:45.280 --> 48:46.520] way.
[48:46.520 --> 48:49.640] It can't expand it in any way.
[48:49.640 --> 48:55.120] It can't omit something that's supposed to be there in any way.
[48:55.120 --> 48:58.920] They can't change the meaning in any way.
[48:58.920 --> 49:04.760] They can't change the application either through statute.
[49:04.760 --> 49:09.720] It must comply with the language of the enrolled bill, which is why I always say, find the
[49:09.720 --> 49:12.600] enrolled bill first.
[49:12.600 --> 49:20.600] And the enrolled bill does not mean the bill that created the current revised statute.
[49:20.600 --> 49:26.840] Find the enrolled bill to the actual law that's being amended.
[49:26.840 --> 49:30.800] That's where you need to look, okay?
[49:30.800 --> 49:35.200] It doesn't matter if it was three years ago or 80 years ago.
[49:35.200 --> 49:38.600] That's where you need to look.
[49:38.600 --> 49:42.040] Okay.
[49:42.040 --> 49:51.160] Related, but at a bigger scope or level, when we talk about how this all started regarding
[49:51.160 --> 49:57.120] someone being in commerce or not and only supposed to be applying to those in commerce,
[49:57.120 --> 50:02.800] and then presumably everything within that particular transportation or vehicle code
[50:02.800 --> 50:10.960] was only supposed to apply to those in commerce, does that also imply or is it safe to assume
[50:10.960 --> 50:17.600] probably not that anything within that title or section of vehicle or transportation code
[50:17.600 --> 50:23.400] is supposedly only for those in commerce?
[50:23.400 --> 50:30.880] Again, you have to read not only the statutes, but the definitions they've tried to concoct
[50:30.880 --> 50:34.480] in association with all the terms they're using.
[50:34.480 --> 50:38.880] Colorado is one of those places that thinks they have the right to regulate every aspect
[50:38.880 --> 50:41.760] of the private citizen's life.
[50:41.760 --> 50:48.960] Carmen Taylor's doing an extensive review of all of the law in Colorado regarding motor
[50:48.960 --> 50:51.640] vehicle.
[50:51.640 --> 50:57.360] What he's found there is they've actually tried to write their statutes to apply blanket
[50:57.360 --> 51:03.240] to everybody as if they're in commerce.
[51:03.240 --> 51:10.480] That's not possible and them to still be obeying the intent of the law because, again, nobody
[51:10.480 --> 51:17.400] gave the Colorado legislature to regulate the actual private lives and activities of
[51:17.400 --> 51:24.480] the people unless that activity is causing harm to someone else.
[51:24.480 --> 51:27.440] That's true in any state.
[51:27.440 --> 51:33.720] So you need to understand what they are trying to do versus what they're allowed to do.
[51:33.720 --> 51:34.720] Right.
[51:34.720 --> 51:40.280] So if you work backwards with basically what you were saying that we just got to find that
[51:40.280 --> 51:45.720] break from where it was the original start of something just in commerce for regulations
[51:45.720 --> 51:53.200] for those in commerce to where that break is that all of a sudden drew removing or changing
[51:53.200 --> 51:58.400] the language or whatever manner they used to where now they're trying to usually subtly
[51:58.400 --> 52:02.400] even apply that it's everybody.
[52:02.400 --> 52:04.320] Correct.
[52:04.320 --> 52:10.320] So the search begins on the needle.
[52:10.320 --> 52:11.320] Yeah.
[52:11.320 --> 52:16.000] Now you know why it's going to be impossible for me to be knowledgeable of every state
[52:16.000 --> 52:17.000] statute.
[52:17.000 --> 52:18.400] I understand.
[52:18.400 --> 52:25.160] It took me 17 years to get what I know just on Texas alone.
[52:25.160 --> 52:30.280] The benefit of what I've done I've tried to pass on to others in teaching them how to
[52:30.280 --> 52:35.360] find it a whole lot faster and show them exactly where to look.
[52:35.360 --> 52:40.400] Something they would have had to spend years researching before that ever clicked.
[52:40.400 --> 52:45.640] So what I try to do is to give you that information up front and greatly shorten the amount of
[52:45.640 --> 52:50.920] time you have to spend doing this research.
[52:50.920 --> 52:59.200] So likely this break wouldn't be in some general I would you're right I would say your proper
[52:59.200 --> 53:03.520] time frame would be any pre sixties period.
[53:03.520 --> 53:11.560] The mid sixties is when the crap was thrown into the fan and the states really started
[53:11.560 --> 53:14.800] raking its people over the coals.
[53:14.800 --> 53:23.600] So I'm pretty sure your base stuff you're looking for is going to predate mid sixties.
[53:23.600 --> 53:29.160] But you still need to follow them back year by year to make sure you understand that.
[53:29.160 --> 53:35.400] What you should be able to do is go to any federal book repository library that's near
[53:35.400 --> 53:36.400] you.
[53:36.400 --> 53:45.400] Most major universities are federal book repositories and they will always have a law book section.
[53:45.400 --> 53:50.760] And you can start there and that will generally if you get the annotated versions of those
[53:50.760 --> 53:58.960] law books they will reference the prior versions of the actual codes they came from.
[53:58.960 --> 54:09.320] For instance the 1995 revision in Texas came from section 6701 of the old codes.
[54:09.320 --> 54:13.760] That is still the law what is in 6701.
[54:13.760 --> 54:21.160] It's just been restructured, renumbered and rewritten into the current code.
[54:21.160 --> 54:25.720] That is still the law it doesn't change and the current code even has places where it
[54:25.720 --> 54:34.400] references back to 6701 especially in the insurance provisions.
[54:34.400 --> 54:39.080] But if you didn't know that code existed and that link existed you would be stuck with
[54:39.080 --> 54:44.600] only reading what they currently have online and be done the wiser.
[54:44.600 --> 54:49.960] But that might help as a clue to find where the break is depending on some of these references
[54:49.960 --> 54:50.960] back.
[54:50.960 --> 54:53.960] Absolutely.
[54:53.960 --> 54:59.040] And if you're actually anywhere near your state capitol then go to your state law library.
[54:59.040 --> 55:03.200] They all have the most information readily available for what you're wanting to find
[55:03.200 --> 55:04.200] out.
[55:04.200 --> 55:05.200] Okay.
[55:05.200 --> 55:06.200] All right.
[55:06.200 --> 55:11.680] I appreciate the information and the education Eddie.
[55:11.680 --> 55:12.680] Thank you very much.
[55:12.680 --> 55:13.680] Yes sir.
[55:13.680 --> 55:14.680] Not a problem.
[55:14.680 --> 55:15.680] Good night.
[55:15.680 --> 55:16.680] Good night.
[55:16.680 --> 55:21.440] All right folks, Marshall was our, oh we had somebody else just popped up unfortunately
[55:21.440 --> 55:22.600] they're not screened yet.
[55:22.600 --> 55:26.600] So we'll wait for that to occur so I know who I'm going to be talking to.
[55:26.600 --> 55:31.360] And in the meantime I'll continue on with my normal rant pattern because we don't have
[55:31.360 --> 55:41.280] any other callers yet folks come on give us a call 512-646-1984 we're here to help you.
[55:41.280 --> 55:47.480] We can only help you if you talk to us at least you know if you have an issue we haven't
[55:47.480 --> 55:56.520] helped you with I will tell you though that there has of late been a lot of things going
[55:56.520 --> 56:04.320] on in my life that have made me question my dedication to this effort to everything about
[56:04.320 --> 56:10.960] it as a whole because it seems like the harder we fight the further we push the further behind
[56:10.960 --> 56:20.520] we get because more people are going to sleep or are refusing and resisting to being awoken
[56:20.520 --> 56:28.920] to what's awakened to what's going on and sometimes it just kind of over whims you
[56:28.920 --> 56:35.280] and makes you feel like this is pointless this is absolutely getting us nowhere and
[56:35.280 --> 56:44.200] I hate that feeling I hate it and it makes me mad when it shows its ugly face to me
[56:44.200 --> 56:54.400] I can't stand it but I want you to know that I believe God's out there because every time
[56:54.400 --> 57:03.960] that I've let that thing intrude upon me and wash over me and make me reconsider this because
[57:03.960 --> 57:12.840] I'm virtually penniless people have to basically provide me with a place to stay and things
[57:12.840 --> 57:17.760] of that nature because I don't have any money to provide my own because I spend all of my
[57:17.760 --> 57:28.440] time doing this and nobody you know ever thinks about that which is why we ask you guys to
[57:28.440 --> 57:35.640] financially support the radio station this is what all of us do we all dedicate ourselves
[57:35.640 --> 57:42.400] to doing this so that we can bring it to you rather than you as individuals having to go
[57:42.400 --> 57:49.800] out day by day week by week and year by year and try to cultivate all this same information
[57:49.800 --> 57:58.240] and understanding that we speak years gathering so that we can put it into you immediately
[57:58.240 --> 58:04.400] and give you the opportunity to go dissect it at a much faster rate with a better understanding
[58:04.400 --> 58:12.400] and folks we really need you I need you because God has sent people to me that have sent the
[58:12.400 --> 58:19.560] right thing at the right time to make me understand that now is not the time to quit not the time
[58:19.560 --> 58:28.080] to surrender and give up but it's the time to really dig in and take the fight forward
[58:28.080 --> 58:34.920] and folks you are a really really big part of that without your financial support we
[58:34.920 --> 58:41.200] cannot do this so please keep that in mind when Deborah asks for donations we ask for
[58:41.200 --> 58:47.200] donations for the network and for each other thank you we'll be right back after the break
[58:47.200 --> 58:54.840] the Oklahoma City bombing top 10 reasons to question the official story reason number
[58:54.840 --> 59:00.120] one John Doe number two and other accomplices on the day of the bombing nearly all of the
[59:00.120 --> 59:04.760] witnesses that saw Tim McVeigh and the writer truck report that he was accompanied by other
[59:04.760 --> 59:10.640] perpetrators the FBI and federal prosecutors insist that Tim McVeigh alone delivered the
[59:10.640 --> 59:15.280] writer truck bomb to the Murrah building and detonated it the only witness the government
[59:15.280 --> 59:20.000] produced to place McVeigh at the building that morning Dana Bradley who lost her children
[59:20.000 --> 59:24.560] in one of her legs in the bombing testified that she saw McVeigh with another man the
[59:24.560 --> 59:30.040] fable John Doe number two exiting the writer truck while at least 15 other witnesses claimed
[59:30.040 --> 59:36.240] to have seen McVeigh with other perpetrators the day of the bombing no less than 226 witnesses
[59:36.240 --> 59:40.840] placed him with other men in the days before the bombing including when he rented the
[59:40.840 --> 59:46.200] writer truck and in some cases have positively identified the other perpetrators for more

[01:00:51.920 --> 01:00:57.040] time to depart this life the traditional options are burial and cremation but now there's a
[01:00:57.040 --> 01:01:03.440] rather disgusting new option an alkaline hydrolysis unit the body is immersed in water and potassium
[01:01:03.440 --> 01:01:09.280] hydroxide then pressurized and heated to 350 degrees in a machine that looks like a commercial
[01:01:09.280 --> 01:01:14.480] clothes washer three hours later all that's left are powdery bones and several pints of
[01:01:14.480 --> 01:01:20.560] liquid goo they can be saved poured on a garden or just flushed down the toilet ashes to ashes
[01:01:20.560 --> 01:01:26.320] body to syrup yuck I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for startpage.com the world's most private
[01:01:26.320 --> 01:01:37.200] search engine were you outraged when NFL star Michael Vick got caught sponsoring dog fights
[01:01:37.200 --> 01:01:41.760] well there's a new spectator sport that's almost as brutal but rather than involving dogs it
[01:01:41.760 --> 01:01:46.480] involves men under Catherine Albrecht I'll be back with the details in just a moment
[01:01:46.480 --> 01:01:51.920] privacy is under attack when you give up data about yourself you'll never get it back again

[01:02:09.360 --> 01:02:17.760] alternative to google yahoo and bing start over with start page cage fighting it pits two human
[01:02:17.760 --> 01:02:23.440] opponents in a no holds barred street style fight in a cage some call these face offs mixed
[01:02:23.440 --> 01:02:29.040] martial arts but often the spectacles consist of more blood than art yes there are referees
[01:02:29.040 --> 01:02:34.400] and rules but kicks to the head and body stomps can be fair game even when opponents are down
[01:02:34.400 --> 01:02:39.600] I've compared the contest to worldwide wrestling but cage fighting injuries are all too real
[01:02:39.600 --> 01:02:45.120] blood and lost teeth electrify the audience and spur rabid calls for vengeance some say cage
[01:02:45.120 --> 01:02:49.840] fights are a throwback to the roman coliseum whatever their appeal these contests are a stark
[01:02:49.840 --> 01:02:55.520] reminder that there's a thin line between civilization and barbarism and dr. Catherine
[01:02:55.520 --> 01:03:15.600] albrecht more news and information at Catherine albrecht.com all right folks we are back this
[01:03:15.600 --> 01:03:22.080] is really long radio we do you got some callers now by golly uh let's see I do believe tony in
[01:03:22.080 --> 01:03:29.680] Illinois was our first caller he dropped off and came back tony what do we do for you uh well
[01:03:29.680 --> 01:03:39.520] first of all I understand your frustration but I think the solution is is less uh retreat and
[01:03:39.520 --> 01:03:46.960] more I think bigger um I mean you know that you're right you know you have the truth on your side
[01:03:46.960 --> 01:03:55.200] and you know that people need to hear it and I understand that that you're
[01:03:56.080 --> 01:04:03.680] spoiling and relative obscurity compared to mass media uh is a bit of an annoyance as well
[01:04:04.400 --> 01:04:13.680] but uh I just think um know if you try other avenues knowing that what you have your product
[01:04:13.680 --> 01:04:20.240] for lack of a better word is better than just by everyone else's if not everyone else's
[01:04:22.160 --> 01:04:30.400] um once you get it out there and people people hear it uh you know it's it'll it'll snowball
[01:04:31.280 --> 01:04:36.640] um you know and like like I said before if you guys did some stuff on youtube
[01:04:36.640 --> 01:04:44.080] you streamed and some other avenues then uh I think uh you you'll you'll get a lot bigger
[01:04:44.080 --> 01:04:51.360] and I think it would happen pretty quickly well I would tend to agree with you uh if I actually
[01:04:51.360 --> 01:04:56.960] had the means to uh get that done I would love to do it I would love to have the means to get a
[01:04:56.960 --> 01:05:02.960] camera and the necessary implementation so that we could stream the Sunday classes live to the
[01:05:02.960 --> 01:05:08.160] internet for other people to see I would love all that but again even those little moves forward
[01:05:08.160 --> 01:05:14.000] require the money to have a camera and and things of that nature not to mention just to pay the
[01:05:14.000 --> 01:05:22.160] day-to-day bills that I've got and Debra's got and Randy's got um those still have to be done no
[01:05:22.160 --> 01:05:27.200] matter what and I absolutely agree with you that's why I say time to dig in and press forward
[01:05:27.200 --> 01:05:35.120] rather than give up I'm all for that but there's still a certain reality of what it takes to do
[01:05:35.120 --> 01:05:42.640] even that but anyway go ahead do you have a laptop that has the built-in camera I do not
[01:05:42.640 --> 01:05:48.800] have a laptop any longer my laptop was destroyed 70 years ago all I have are desktop computers
[01:05:49.840 --> 01:05:55.920] even when I owned a computer shop I never had the time to sit down and build me a laptop everything
[01:05:55.920 --> 01:06:03.600] that I did required desktop systems and it's all I ever built for myself and right now the funds
[01:06:03.600 --> 01:06:09.920] just are not there to go procure one so again that's what I'm saying we financially speaking
[01:06:10.480 --> 01:06:16.320] we're behind the eight ball here that's why we rely so much on you folks not only for your
[01:06:16.320 --> 01:06:22.560] support of call in and support us to make us feel like we're doing the good thing but financially
[01:06:22.560 --> 01:06:27.760] you're our bread and butter you're our lifeline you don't want to think even it's going
[01:06:27.760 --> 01:06:53.680] well I'm sorry to hear it here it's that bad I didn't realize
[01:06:57.760 --> 01:06:58.660] you
[01:07:27.760 --> 01:07:28.260] you
[01:07:28.260 --> 01:07:46.340] you
[01:07:46.340 --> 01:08:07.300] you right that's that's the real issue if I streamed it for free to everybody else and I've
[01:08:07.300 --> 01:08:12.580] got paying people in the class they're not going to be happy about that and it's the flip
[01:08:12.580 --> 01:08:18.420] side of that is if I'm having to send out something that people are not getting the same benefit of
[01:08:18.420 --> 01:08:24.420] being able to see what's on the screen with the same clarity so that they can actually read it for
[01:08:24.420 --> 01:08:29.860] themselves with the people in class can I'm hard to hear because I'm having to speak across into
[01:08:29.860 --> 01:08:35.300] a laptop microphone and clean across the room which that's not a readily difficult for me you
[01:08:35.300 --> 01:08:40.660] understand but it's still not going to come out with a quality that somebody's in law crap I'm not
[01:08:40.660 --> 01:08:48.100] paying 20 bucks a week for this it leaves us in a situation where that Debra's right it becomes
[01:08:48.100 --> 01:08:54.740] unacceptable not just to us because it makes us look like we're cheap and cheesy on what we're
[01:08:54.740 --> 01:08:59.780] trying to provide but to the person that's paying for it they're going to say this isn't worth my
[01:08:59.780 --> 01:09:12.260] money and that's our part
[01:09:29.780 --> 01:09:30.380] you
[01:09:59.780 --> 01:10:18.980] Yeah, okay, Tommy, you there?
[01:10:18.980 --> 01:10:21.620] That's realistic to see.
[01:10:21.620 --> 01:10:22.620] Well...
[01:10:22.620 --> 01:10:26.740] Oh, hang on, whatever, either get closer to your phone or don't use the speaker because
[01:10:26.740 --> 01:10:28.740] you keep breaking up.
[01:10:28.740 --> 01:10:32.140] Well, I wasn't hearing anything at all.
[01:10:32.140 --> 01:10:33.140] Okay.
[01:10:33.140 --> 01:10:36.940] And my line went down the previous call.
[01:10:36.940 --> 01:10:43.300] I don't know if you heard any of what I said, but I came across this when that Oregon caller
[01:10:43.300 --> 01:10:44.300] was on.
[01:10:44.300 --> 01:10:50.860] And like I said, I couldn't canvass for how correct this is or not, but this is where
[01:10:50.860 --> 01:10:51.860] I read.
[01:10:51.860 --> 01:10:57.300] The Oregon Legislative Assembly voted 55 to 3 in the House of Representatives and 27
[01:10:57.300 --> 01:11:02.060] to 0 in the Senate to reaffirm the highway use by the general public for vehicles if
[01:11:02.060 --> 01:11:05.220] they matter of right in 2007.
[01:11:05.220 --> 01:11:06.220] Okay.
[01:11:06.220 --> 01:11:08.220] Where's the bill?
[01:11:08.220 --> 01:11:14.180] Does it give you any reference to any specific legislative act that did that?
[01:11:14.180 --> 01:11:18.820] It does not, but it might be a starting point for that previous caller.
[01:11:18.820 --> 01:11:21.220] I just found that on some blog.
[01:11:21.220 --> 01:11:24.260] Yeah, the deal about that is when it...
[01:11:24.260 --> 01:11:29.860] I have usually found that when it can't provide you a reference to its source that legitimizes
[01:11:29.860 --> 01:11:32.340] it, it's not.
[01:11:32.340 --> 01:11:37.260] Now there was an actual bill put up in the Oklahoma, wasn't it?
[01:11:37.260 --> 01:11:39.700] Or was it Oklahoma or was it somewhere up north?
[01:11:39.700 --> 01:11:41.220] I can't remember.
[01:11:41.220 --> 01:11:45.820] One of the state representatives actually put a right to travel bill up for vote.
[01:11:45.820 --> 01:11:49.660] And the legislature turned it down, voted against it.
[01:11:49.660 --> 01:11:51.700] We don't want the public to have the right to travel.
[01:11:51.700 --> 01:11:57.420] Not in this state, but I've actually got a copy of it.
[01:11:57.420 --> 01:12:04.300] That was true because you can actually go on the archives of bills that were presented
[01:12:04.300 --> 01:12:06.860] to the legislature and voted on for that state.
[01:12:06.860 --> 01:12:08.060] And I'll look it up.
[01:12:08.060 --> 01:12:09.540] I'm trying to remember which state it is.
[01:12:09.540 --> 01:12:11.700] I know it's out there.
[01:12:11.700 --> 01:12:15.980] But I actually went online and verified that, yes, it went through that state's legislature
[01:12:15.980 --> 01:12:16.980] and it did.
[01:12:16.980 --> 01:12:24.900] And that may just be a resolution too, I don't know if that would be an actual wall that
[01:12:24.900 --> 01:12:25.900] was passed.
[01:12:25.900 --> 01:12:29.100] No, this was an actual bill, not a resolution.
[01:12:29.100 --> 01:12:32.500] A bill and a resolution are numbered differently.
[01:12:32.500 --> 01:12:35.500] I'm talking about the Oregon one that was just referenced.
[01:12:35.500 --> 01:12:36.500] Oh, oh.
[01:12:36.500 --> 01:12:37.500] Do I know?
[01:12:37.500 --> 01:12:40.980] Yeah, but even so, it would still have a resolution number to it.
[01:12:40.980 --> 01:12:46.940] It would still be a bill number, but it's a resolution bill.
[01:12:46.940 --> 01:12:51.100] But it is a resolution law as far as being able to take that into court.
[01:12:51.100 --> 01:12:55.460] And in a court, it is.
[01:12:55.460 --> 01:13:06.260] So you could use that if it may have not even been signed by the governor and not.
[01:13:06.260 --> 01:13:11.100] The purpose of a resolution based upon my understanding and the research I've done is
[01:13:11.100 --> 01:13:15.820] to clarify the actual purpose of some form of law.
[01:13:15.820 --> 01:13:17.220] Okay.
[01:13:17.220 --> 01:13:23.820] So what the legislatures do when they do a resolution is to say, look, guys, this is
[01:13:23.820 --> 01:13:24.900] its purpose.
[01:13:24.900 --> 01:13:29.620] We resolve that you read it this way.
[01:13:29.620 --> 01:13:32.220] They're not changing any existing law.
[01:13:32.220 --> 01:13:39.020] They're simply saying, this is how we want you to read it.
[01:13:39.020 --> 01:13:44.020] And so if they, but they're still going to be a bill number associated with it, just
[01:13:44.020 --> 01:13:51.700] going to be preceded with an R, like SR or something like that, Senate resolution, the
[01:13:51.700 --> 01:14:00.900] house that originated in, okay, versus SB for Senate bill, that's the only difference
[01:14:00.900 --> 01:14:01.900] in the two.
[01:14:01.900 --> 01:14:05.780] They're still passed exactly the same way.
[01:14:05.780 --> 01:14:10.220] Tony, are you there?
[01:14:10.220 --> 01:14:13.100] Yeah, I got it.
[01:14:13.100 --> 01:14:22.340] Is there any difference in a motion to dismiss or anything like that, or whatever, if the
[01:14:22.340 --> 01:14:30.780] person gives the driver's license, you know, the officer asks for the driver's license
[01:14:30.780 --> 01:14:33.780] and the person gives the driver's license, it's not knowing.
[01:14:33.780 --> 01:14:43.180] And subsequently, they want to, they still want to do a non-transportation dissent.
[01:14:43.180 --> 01:14:50.140] Is there anything that should they say at the, you know, if they, yeah, at the time
[01:14:50.140 --> 01:14:57.980] of the stop, if they do produce the license, they must do it at a minimum under qualification.
[01:14:57.980 --> 01:15:03.980] They have to tell first and foremost at the very beginning, I am not engaging in any commercial
[01:15:03.980 --> 01:15:11.380] use of the roads, then when the cop finally threatens you, and since everything in this
[01:15:11.380 --> 01:15:17.060] system operates by agreement, not the straw man, not the corporation crap, but simply
[01:15:17.060 --> 01:15:26.660] because you acquiesce and accept, since most people do that unknowingly, okay, and unwittingly
[01:15:26.660 --> 01:15:30.260] by the production of that license, you need to be aware.
[01:15:30.260 --> 01:15:35.940] You just simply tell the officer, I am not engaging in commerce, and I am not using
[01:15:35.940 --> 01:15:42.540] that license, but since you are threatening me with some other action, if I won't give
[01:15:42.540 --> 01:15:48.740] it to you, despite its non-use, here you go.
[01:15:48.740 --> 01:15:56.620] What I was getting at is, what if the person behind the wheel doesn't know that after
[01:15:56.620 --> 01:15:58.620] time, and just get hands over the license?
[01:15:58.620 --> 01:16:05.580] The likelihood of them winning on a no transportation is slim to none, because the presentation
[01:16:05.580 --> 01:16:14.700] of the license creates the prima facie case against that individual that they were.
[01:16:14.700 --> 01:16:21.540] That's what the entire system relies on, acceptance and appearance of acceptance.
[01:16:21.540 --> 01:16:29.580] Okay, assuming you're going to lose a trial, but if you're building for appeal, can you
[01:16:29.580 --> 01:16:32.460] make that case in your documents that you didn't understand at the time?
[01:16:32.460 --> 01:16:35.100] The appeals court is going to look at the same thing.
[01:16:35.100 --> 01:16:40.340] Does the ticket have a license number on it, and is there anything in the record stating
[01:16:40.340 --> 01:16:46.100] that the license production was injected through by the defense?
[01:16:46.100 --> 01:16:51.900] That's the scene, if that's not in the record, it's not on appeal.
[01:16:51.900 --> 01:16:56.100] Hang on just a second, Tony, we'll get you in and finish you up, okay?
[01:16:56.100 --> 01:16:57.100] Sounds good.
[01:16:57.100 --> 01:17:00.940] Okay, we'll be right back, folks.

[01:20:11.020 --> 01:20:15.180] I was trying to get in with you on Friday night and my cell phone ran out of signal
[01:20:15.180 --> 01:20:17.580] before I got a hold of it.
[01:20:17.580 --> 01:20:24.380] I was going back to just what you were saying, the voluntary consent implied or not given
[01:20:24.380 --> 01:20:26.820] and such what we're just going into.
[01:20:26.820 --> 01:20:34.980] I got a hold of a Constitution and Government of Texas written back in 36 by a UT professor,
[01:20:34.980 --> 01:20:38.820] I guess before UT was just a little bit more liberal than what we'd call it today.
[01:20:38.820 --> 01:20:44.580] But anyways, the professor was going through and he says specifically after the Constitution
[01:20:44.580 --> 01:20:54.980] of 76 here in Texas says that no compulsory law, is there something in the Constitution
[01:20:54.980 --> 01:21:03.020] that's, again, going back to the fact that if they can't force you to end of these things,
[01:21:03.020 --> 01:21:06.020] you're more or less almost tricked into doing stuff because you don't know any better than
[01:21:06.020 --> 01:21:09.020] they thought.
[01:21:09.020 --> 01:21:10.020] Exactly.
[01:21:10.020 --> 01:21:14.540] Yeah, when they say no compulsory law, that means we can't be compelled to participate
[01:21:14.540 --> 01:21:17.300] in the commercial activity that is transportation.
[01:21:17.300 --> 01:21:23.700] We can't be compelled to participate in the selling of firearms, for instance, rather
[01:21:23.700 --> 01:21:26.180] than guns.
[01:21:26.180 --> 01:21:34.140] We can't be compelled into all of the things the state considers a regulatable industry
[01:21:34.140 --> 01:21:36.140] or which they have any authority.
[01:21:36.140 --> 01:21:41.540] We don't, it's just like what my tiff with the state comptor's office is.
[01:21:41.540 --> 01:21:50.980] You cannot compel me into indentured servitude as an uncompensated tax collector on behalf
[01:21:50.980 --> 01:21:52.700] of the state.
[01:21:52.700 --> 01:21:56.860] You can't make me do that service for you.
[01:21:56.860 --> 01:22:05.020] I own a business, it's my money, anything I sell, I paid for first out of my pocket.
[01:22:05.020 --> 01:22:08.260] That's not yours, it's mine.
[01:22:08.260 --> 01:22:14.860] And you can't make me work for you to collect money for you when I sell something that belongs
[01:22:14.860 --> 01:22:15.860] to me.
[01:22:15.860 --> 01:22:17.500] You have no interest in it.
[01:22:17.500 --> 01:22:20.740] You don't deserve a cut of anything.
[01:22:20.740 --> 01:22:23.540] And I fought that tooth and nail for years with them.
[01:22:23.540 --> 01:22:29.660] That's the exact angle that's other fellow, I've got a hold of a book on here in Texas
[01:22:29.660 --> 01:22:32.660] up out of Cleaver, Daniel Shinsig.
[01:22:32.660 --> 01:22:36.340] Daniel Shinsig, the state of Texas is a liar.
[01:22:36.340 --> 01:22:40.540] He did a lot of really good research.
[01:22:40.540 --> 01:22:45.780] He is one of the first people that I read up on when I was considering actually taking
[01:22:45.780 --> 01:22:48.100] on all of this.
[01:22:48.100 --> 01:22:53.500] But after going back and reading through that book several times, I can honestly say, I
[01:22:53.500 --> 01:22:59.380] know where he screwed up everything he did when it came to taking it to court.
[01:22:59.380 --> 01:23:04.660] I know every place he went to and he made exactly the wrong argument, that's exactly
[01:23:04.660 --> 01:23:05.660] why he lost.
[01:23:05.660 --> 01:23:11.780] No, I got you, but I have to say that the research is pretty darn good.
[01:23:11.780 --> 01:23:14.500] It made me dig just like you've made me dig.
[01:23:14.500 --> 01:23:21.980] Yeah, well, some of it is, now the part he's got on the property taxes, that one is a far
[01:23:21.980 --> 01:23:22.980] stretch.
[01:23:22.980 --> 01:23:29.500] What he's documented there, I can't make come together the way he tries to put it together
[01:23:29.500 --> 01:23:30.660] in that book.
[01:23:30.660 --> 01:23:35.300] Now, based upon all the other stuff I know and what's in the book that I've read there
[01:23:35.300 --> 01:23:41.060] and gone out and researched for myself, I can see that it's just as crooked as anything
[01:23:41.060 --> 01:23:42.060] else is.
[01:23:42.060 --> 01:23:43.060] Right.
[01:23:43.060 --> 01:23:44.060] Right.
[01:23:44.060 --> 01:23:48.540] But there are some points in there and he probably would have had a much wider audience
[01:23:48.540 --> 01:23:53.420] if he just didn't sound so that blame psycho and the way he references everybody.
[01:23:53.420 --> 01:23:59.020] I mean, he really went over the top on calling them every dirty name in the book rather than
[01:23:59.020 --> 01:24:03.140] just straightforward setting out, here's the facts, here's the people that are presenting
[01:24:03.140 --> 01:24:05.980] this as fact, and here's why it's all a lie.
[01:24:05.980 --> 01:24:07.980] Here's why it's all a lie, right?
[01:24:07.980 --> 01:24:14.060] Now, he's the one that, they pinpointed that the word donation still exists in there, in
[01:24:14.060 --> 01:24:16.380] the, what, 8-1-A?
[01:24:16.380 --> 01:24:17.380] Yeah.
[01:24:17.380 --> 01:24:22.860] On the tax code, that's right, a donation cannot be mandatory.
[01:24:22.860 --> 01:24:23.860] There you go.
[01:24:23.860 --> 01:24:30.300] Anyway, so the research was very eye-opening at least, to say the least, and I think it
[01:24:30.300 --> 01:24:35.500] got into the definition of the word person, which you've certainly opened my eyes to as
[01:24:35.500 --> 01:24:43.980] far as 3-11, define the person as everything but a human being, quite frankly.
[01:24:43.980 --> 01:24:50.300] Everything but a human, remember, human being is different as well.
[01:24:50.300 --> 01:25:00.220] And then 3-12 specifically defines all code, all civil law, the person in all civil law
[01:25:00.220 --> 01:25:01.900] is a corporation.
[01:25:01.900 --> 01:25:02.900] Yep.
[01:25:02.900 --> 01:25:13.540] That's, dad blamed good grief, just very good, get to McCraw, anyways, again, it's just
[01:25:13.540 --> 01:25:17.740] it's amazing to go back and read these things that were just commonplace understanding and
[01:25:17.740 --> 01:25:23.700] knowledge and how it's been so whitewashed from our vernacular, number one.
[01:25:23.700 --> 01:25:26.060] I didn't even know what the stinking word liberty meant.
[01:25:26.060 --> 01:25:27.060] It bothers me.
[01:25:27.060 --> 01:25:29.180] Yeah, and you thought you did, didn't you?
[01:25:29.180 --> 01:25:31.820] Yeah, they never bothered to teach any of that in school.
[01:25:31.820 --> 01:25:33.340] It kept my heart.
[01:25:33.340 --> 01:25:37.460] Yeah, I actually had that very discussion today with a gentleman when we were sitting in there
[01:25:37.460 --> 01:25:39.700] going over some of this stuff.
[01:25:39.700 --> 01:25:45.220] And I used as a reference that old party game where you have a group of people sitting
[01:25:45.220 --> 01:25:49.820] in the circle and you start out, one person draws a piece of paper out of the hat with
[01:25:49.820 --> 01:25:55.180] a word on it or a statement or a fact and they have to whisper it into the ear, the
[01:25:55.180 --> 01:25:59.940] person to their left and it goes all the way around until it gets back.
[01:25:59.940 --> 01:26:07.340] And then the last person next to them on their immediate right has to say out loud what they
[01:26:07.340 --> 01:26:09.220] were told.
[01:26:09.220 --> 01:26:12.820] And it will almost never match what's on the slip of paper.
[01:26:12.820 --> 01:26:13.820] Right.
[01:26:13.820 --> 01:26:16.980] Well, that's exactly how we got where we are.
[01:26:16.980 --> 01:26:23.820] They stopped going by the written law and started accepting word of mouth conveyance
[01:26:23.820 --> 01:26:28.500] as to what applied to what and applied to who.
[01:26:28.500 --> 01:26:33.460] And now they just take it for granted that that's the law and it isn't.
[01:26:33.460 --> 01:26:34.460] That's right.
[01:26:34.460 --> 01:26:35.460] Again, oh, that's the law.
[01:26:35.460 --> 01:26:36.460] No, there's no such thing.
[01:26:36.460 --> 01:26:37.460] It's the law.
[01:26:37.460 --> 01:26:38.460] Who told you that?
[01:26:38.460 --> 01:26:39.460] Go look it up.
[01:26:39.460 --> 01:26:47.300] Now that I try and look up everything I possibly can, it's goodness.
[01:26:47.300 --> 01:26:52.020] And again, I get into that with my wife because she's not as, where'd you hear that?
[01:26:52.020 --> 01:26:53.020] Well, go read it.
[01:26:53.020 --> 01:26:54.740] No, I don't want to go read it.
[01:26:54.740 --> 01:26:55.740] Nobody wants to go read it.
[01:26:55.740 --> 01:26:56.740] Yeah, exactly.
[01:26:56.740 --> 01:26:59.020] That's that part about Wolf Wigner.
[01:26:59.020 --> 01:27:03.140] Yeah, it almost reminds me about what's going on in the corporate church just today.
[01:27:03.140 --> 01:27:04.140] Nobody wants to actually go read it.
[01:27:04.140 --> 01:27:06.380] They want to just look up at the projector and listen.
[01:27:06.380 --> 01:27:07.380] That's it.
[01:27:07.380 --> 01:27:11.140] Go read it and learn it for yourself.
[01:27:11.140 --> 01:27:15.260] One of the other terms, I'm having trouble completely understanding this.
[01:27:15.260 --> 01:27:20.900] Why on all these codes does it say this shall be liberally construed?
[01:27:20.900 --> 01:27:23.100] What does that mean?
[01:27:23.100 --> 01:27:29.220] It means we want it to be given the widest possible interpretation to effect as much
[01:27:29.220 --> 01:27:32.380] of anything as you can possibly squeeze into its embrace.
[01:27:32.380 --> 01:27:40.060] Which is 100% against the law should be specific, defined, and the title, exactly.
[01:27:40.060 --> 01:27:46.180] The law should be specifically construed as to apply to its original purpose and intent,
[01:27:46.180 --> 01:27:50.900] not liberally construed to suck up everything within reach of its vortex.
[01:27:50.900 --> 01:27:55.660] Which I guess is that that's your difference between what their code, their now annotated
[01:27:55.660 --> 01:27:59.820] codes are versus what the Constitution, which is still the Supreme Law.
[01:27:59.820 --> 01:28:00.820] Correct.
[01:28:00.820 --> 01:28:06.380] Wait, which Constitution?
[01:28:06.380 --> 01:28:11.380] All of them are supposed to be set in their right in three, somewhere in the 300 government
[01:28:11.380 --> 01:28:15.660] code that says all of it's subject to the Constitution of the state of Texas.
[01:28:15.660 --> 01:28:16.660] Correct.
[01:28:16.660 --> 01:28:19.300] If it's outside of that, then it's null and void.
[01:28:19.300 --> 01:28:20.300] Yeah.
[01:28:20.300 --> 01:28:23.660] Well, Article 1, Section 29 tells us that right up front.
[01:28:23.660 --> 01:28:24.660] Yeah.
[01:28:24.660 --> 01:28:25.660] All of that.
[01:28:25.660 --> 01:28:27.660] They codified it in that chapter of the government code you're talking about.
[01:28:27.660 --> 01:28:28.660] Okay.
[01:28:28.660 --> 01:28:29.660] Got you.
[01:28:29.660 --> 01:28:30.660] Yeah.
[01:28:30.660 --> 01:28:32.940] And then the second is you start reading the definitions and things just aren't what they
[01:28:32.940 --> 01:28:33.940] told you to work.
[01:28:33.940 --> 01:28:37.020] Which is when I got into property, property never meant what I thought it did.
[01:28:37.020 --> 01:28:42.420] I like personal property, real and tangible, intangible, no good grief, anyways.
[01:28:42.420 --> 01:28:43.420] All right.
[01:28:43.420 --> 01:28:47.420] So I got one other and I'll get off the phone with you.
[01:28:47.420 --> 01:28:48.420] Okay.
[01:28:48.420 --> 01:28:50.180] I appreciate the hack out of it, man.
[01:28:50.180 --> 01:28:51.180] You're causing me to read.
[01:28:51.180 --> 01:28:55.020] You're causing me to find this old information and look.
[01:28:55.020 --> 01:28:56.020] All right.
[01:28:56.020 --> 01:29:01.860] So the, at this latest Builder Bird Conference, your Texas, excuse me, your Teacher's Retirement
[01:29:01.860 --> 01:29:06.740] System of Texas, the IO, Chief Investment Officer is up there.
[01:29:06.740 --> 01:29:12.380] The Teacher's Retirement, to me, where a Teacher's Retirement System of Texas is listed
[01:29:12.380 --> 01:29:15.500] in several codes, but I cannot find yet where they are.
[01:29:15.500 --> 01:29:20.780] Are they not in themselves, part of this political subdivision of the state of Texas
[01:29:20.780 --> 01:29:23.300] and therefore subject to criminal complaints?
[01:29:23.300 --> 01:29:24.300] The officer's therein.
[01:29:24.300 --> 01:29:26.260] If he's the Chief Investment Officer.
[01:29:26.260 --> 01:29:27.260] Well, that depends.
[01:29:27.260 --> 01:29:31.660] At what level of government was this organization established?
[01:29:31.660 --> 01:29:38.180] If it was created by some federal enrollment, rather than a state level enrollment, then
[01:29:38.180 --> 01:29:42.580] there are state agencies, not a, or a federal agency, not a state agency.
[01:29:42.580 --> 01:29:49.020] Well, yeah, I was going for a criminal complaint and, yeah, well, hang on, Stephen, and we'll
[01:29:49.020 --> 01:29:50.820] answer that for you real quick on the side.
[01:29:50.820 --> 01:29:55.580] Josie, Eric, Casey, I'll see you there, hang on, we will get to you as quickly as possible.
[01:29:55.580 --> 01:29:56.580] We've got a half an hour left.
[01:29:56.580 --> 01:30:00.260] We'll be right back after the break.
[01:30:00.260 --> 01:30:05.620] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11th.
[01:30:05.620 --> 01:30:07.900] The government says that fire brought it down.
[01:30:07.900 --> 01:30:12.700] However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:30:12.700 --> 01:30:15.380] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[01:30:15.380 --> 01:30:18.140] And thousands of my fellow force respondents have died.
[01:30:18.140 --> 01:30:19.540] I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:30:19.540 --> 01:30:20.540] I'm a structural engineer.
[01:30:20.540 --> 01:30:21.980] I'm a New York City correction officer.
[01:30:21.980 --> 01:30:22.980] I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:30:22.980 --> 01:30:24.580] I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:30:24.580 --> 01:30:27.220] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth.

[01:32:11.620 --> 01:32:30.420] Hi folks, we are back, this is Rule of Law Radio.
[01:32:30.420 --> 01:32:33.860] We are in our half-hour mark till the end of the show.
[01:32:33.860 --> 01:32:36.740] We are currently talking to Steven in Texas.
[01:32:36.740 --> 01:32:38.740] Okay, Steven, go ahead.
[01:32:38.740 --> 01:32:46.860] All right, again, I mean, I find that Texas Teacher Retirement System, I find them specifically
[01:32:46.860 --> 01:32:52.980] referenced as an entity of the state, well, I'm specifically stating that, but specifically
[01:32:52.980 --> 01:32:57.860] referenced in perhaps the education code, I've got them right here, and part of that
[01:32:57.860 --> 01:33:01.380] where the school systems have turned in certain information to them.
[01:33:01.380 --> 01:33:04.580] But I can't find where they're, where do they create it?
[01:33:04.580 --> 01:33:06.980] Where does it say, how, why do they even exist?
[01:33:06.980 --> 01:33:12.220] If I could find the pension funds for firefighters, policemen, but where the heck do these people
[01:33:12.220 --> 01:33:13.220] get created at?
[01:33:13.220 --> 01:33:17.860] Well, that's a good question.
[01:33:17.860 --> 01:33:22.620] And I just went through Vernon's, and I couldn't find them anywhere in Vernon's, again, that's
[01:33:22.620 --> 01:33:27.260] all those other entities that get to have their pension funds and such, but somewhere
[01:33:27.260 --> 01:33:31.700] this guy, I just want to know, are they entitled to have meetings in secret with all these
[01:33:31.700 --> 01:33:34.700] little heads of state from foreign entities?
[01:33:34.700 --> 01:33:41.300] You know, not according to several legislative acts at the congressional level that I'm aware
[01:33:41.300 --> 01:33:42.300] of, they're not.
[01:33:42.300 --> 01:33:47.140] In fact, Obama committed a felony when he went, or Rick Perry committed a felony when
[01:33:47.140 --> 01:33:50.180] he went to the Bilderberg meeting.
[01:33:50.180 --> 01:33:54.580] As a state officer, he is absolutely forbidden by law to participate in that.
[01:33:54.580 --> 01:33:58.060] That's why I say, from where were these guys created?
[01:33:58.060 --> 01:34:00.940] If it was at the state level, yep, they're guilty of a felony.
[01:34:00.940 --> 01:34:06.820] Well, then I believe there's another at the U.S. level, since the state now is a political
[01:34:06.820 --> 01:34:13.420] subdivision of the U.S., if these people in Texas is, right?
[01:34:13.420 --> 01:34:14.420] That's possible.
[01:34:14.420 --> 01:34:15.420] Okay.
[01:34:15.420 --> 01:34:16.420] Right.
[01:34:16.420 --> 01:34:17.420] Okay.
[01:34:17.420 --> 01:34:23.380] Well, all right, I guess I'm stretching here, but I can find, heck, I can even find where
[01:34:23.380 --> 01:34:28.460] my county appraiser, where it specifically says that the appraisal district is a political
[01:34:28.460 --> 01:34:31.100] subdivision of the state, and therefore, it would be subject to all those.
[01:34:31.100 --> 01:34:34.020] All their officers would be subject to the same...
[01:34:34.020 --> 01:34:35.020] Right.
[01:34:35.020 --> 01:34:42.700] And the state is forbidden by constitution to place an admiral on tax on any property.
[01:34:42.700 --> 01:34:47.540] So the problem there, I've always said, is how can the state delegate a power it was
[01:34:47.540 --> 01:34:51.620] forbidden to possess to someone else?
[01:34:51.620 --> 01:34:55.700] We can't do it, but we're going to give you the authority to do it.
[01:34:55.700 --> 01:34:56.700] How is that possible?
[01:34:56.700 --> 01:34:59.060] Right, even though you're part of us.
[01:34:59.060 --> 01:35:00.060] Yeah.
[01:35:00.060 --> 01:35:06.260] Well, anyway, that's, all right, well, if I do find it, I guess I'll start digging
[01:35:06.260 --> 01:35:07.260] even further.
[01:35:07.260 --> 01:35:09.220] Hey, it's just been eating at me.
[01:35:09.220 --> 01:35:10.220] I don't know.
[01:35:10.220 --> 01:35:11.220] Okay.
[01:35:11.220 --> 01:35:12.220] Well, good luck.
[01:35:12.220 --> 01:35:13.220] I appreciate the world out there.
[01:35:13.220 --> 01:35:14.220] I'm sorry.
[01:35:14.220 --> 01:35:15.220] Thank you, sir.
[01:35:15.220 --> 01:35:16.220] Thank you.
[01:35:16.220 --> 01:35:17.220] Bye-bye.
[01:35:17.220 --> 01:35:18.220] All right.
[01:35:18.220 --> 01:35:21.220] Now, let's get to Josie in Texas.
[01:35:21.220 --> 01:35:23.220] Josie, what can we do for you?
[01:35:23.220 --> 01:35:24.220] Hi, yeah.
[01:35:24.220 --> 01:35:29.860] So I just turned your radio on about 30 years ago, and you all had mentioned something
[01:35:29.860 --> 01:35:30.860] about debt.
[01:35:30.860 --> 01:35:35.100] What can I do about the debt that I owe?
[01:35:35.100 --> 01:35:36.580] About a debt that you owe?
[01:35:36.580 --> 01:35:37.580] Yeah.
[01:35:37.580 --> 01:35:40.700] Or about a debt that someone's trying to collect?
[01:35:40.700 --> 01:35:48.380] Well, probably both, yeah, collections, and I guess a lot of people have this problem.
[01:35:48.380 --> 01:35:54.380] I know my sister, she has some payday loans, she didn't pay, and my brother has a college
[01:35:54.380 --> 01:35:55.380] loan.
[01:35:55.380 --> 01:35:56.380] Okay.
[01:35:56.380 --> 01:35:57.380] What kind of debt are we talking about?
[01:35:57.380 --> 01:36:04.860] Well, just like, you know, a Mastercard, a bank card, or...
[01:36:04.860 --> 01:36:05.860] Okay.
[01:36:05.860 --> 01:36:08.020] Is someone trying to collect it from you?
[01:36:08.020 --> 01:36:09.020] Oh, yeah.
[01:36:09.020 --> 01:36:10.020] Especially one.
[01:36:10.020 --> 01:36:15.820] I think it's, can't think of a name right now, one is just persistent.
[01:36:15.820 --> 01:36:16.820] Okay.
[01:36:16.820 --> 01:36:24.140] There is a program that we have on the website, it's the Michael Mirris Method, and what he
[01:36:24.140 --> 01:36:30.580] has done as he's put together all the necessary information into a single package, including
[01:36:30.580 --> 01:36:37.860] all the forms you need and everything else, to show you step by step exactly how to sue
[01:36:37.860 --> 01:36:44.620] third-party debt collectors in federal court, and you will usually get the debt alleviated,
[01:36:44.620 --> 01:36:49.060] and you will usually also wind up getting a monetary offer for them, if you'll just
[01:36:49.060 --> 01:36:51.020] forget they ever contacted you.
[01:36:51.020 --> 01:36:52.020] Oh, okay.
[01:36:52.020 --> 01:36:55.860] It tells you exactly how to sue them, and probably even get money out of them, and they'll
[01:36:55.860 --> 01:36:56.860] go away.
[01:36:56.860 --> 01:36:57.860] Okay.
[01:36:57.860 --> 01:37:01.220] And they'll get out of your credit report, too.
[01:37:01.220 --> 01:37:06.180] Oh, yeah, I've been threatened, they'll tell you saying they're going to come to my work.
[01:37:06.180 --> 01:37:13.380] Well, if they're doing that, then you have a major size lawsuit, because there are fines,
[01:37:13.380 --> 01:37:22.060] full fines associated with everything dealing with threats, coercion, the method of contact,
[01:37:22.060 --> 01:37:27.380] and so on and so forth, and Michael Mirris went very carefully through this, and after
[01:37:27.380 --> 01:37:32.940] six wins in federal court put together that information for everybody else.
[01:37:32.940 --> 01:37:38.700] And I've already won one time already using the Michael Mirris Method, and I'm on my second
[01:37:38.700 --> 01:37:44.660] case, and there are listeners that have won three, four cases in federal court using this
[01:37:44.660 --> 01:37:45.660] method.
[01:37:45.660 --> 01:37:46.660] Okay.
[01:37:46.660 --> 01:37:52.540] I'll explain the process briefly, but I can't explain the whole thing on the air.
[01:37:52.540 --> 01:37:58.140] There's not enough time, and Michael wants people to actually buy the course, because
[01:37:58.140 --> 01:38:01.820] it was years of blood, sweat, and tears for him to perfect this.
[01:38:01.820 --> 01:38:07.260] Basically, with the debt collectors, you have to send them a validation letter, but it's
[01:38:07.260 --> 01:38:12.100] very important what you put in the letter, the language of the letter.
[01:38:12.100 --> 01:38:18.700] These letters are how you set up your lawsuit to begin with, and Michael Mirris will give
[01:38:18.700 --> 01:38:25.860] you the appropriate letter with the exact legal terminology and wording in the letter
[01:38:25.860 --> 01:38:27.660] with the course.
[01:38:27.660 --> 01:38:33.900] You send the validation letter to the third-party debt collector, and that's what sets up the
[01:38:33.900 --> 01:38:38.500] lawsuit, they have to validate the debt within 30 days, which means they have to provide
[01:38:38.500 --> 01:38:45.180] proof of the debt, which they never do, they'll do things like send you copies of statements.
[01:38:45.180 --> 01:38:47.380] That is not a validation.
[01:38:47.380 --> 01:38:56.700] The courts have ruled that the only proper, lawful proof of the debt is a ledger accounting,
[01:38:56.700 --> 01:39:02.100] which means they have to show both sides of the ledger entry accounting, and they will
[01:39:02.100 --> 01:39:07.420] never do that because it will reveal the fraud, okay?
[01:39:07.420 --> 01:39:10.980] So they never properly validate the debt.
[01:39:10.980 --> 01:39:15.420] There's other things in the validation letter, like a limited cease and desist, which says
[01:39:15.420 --> 01:39:21.100] that they are not allowed to call you at all or contact you at your place of business.
[01:39:21.100 --> 01:39:25.860] They can only send you letters in the mail to your residence.
[01:39:25.860 --> 01:39:28.780] They never obey the limited cease and desist.
[01:39:28.780 --> 01:39:33.740] They continue to call, they continue to harass you at work and all these things.
[01:39:33.740 --> 01:39:35.860] That's another setup for the lawsuit.
[01:39:35.860 --> 01:39:42.140] Now as far as the original creditor, you send them a dispute letter disputing the debt.
[01:39:42.140 --> 01:39:43.140] All right?
[01:39:43.140 --> 01:39:44.140] That's a different...
[01:39:44.140 --> 01:39:47.060] There is a whole different terminology and wording in the dispute letter.
[01:39:47.060 --> 01:39:51.980] Then you send dispute letters to the credit bureaus, and they're required to do certain
[01:39:51.980 --> 01:39:55.220] investigations, which they never do.
[01:39:55.220 --> 01:39:58.860] Letters in your credit report is required to do certain investigations once you dispute
[01:39:58.860 --> 01:39:59.860] the debt.
[01:39:59.860 --> 01:40:00.860] They never do it.
[01:40:00.860 --> 01:40:06.100] All of these things, the setup for the lawsuits is in the letters, okay?
[01:40:06.100 --> 01:40:09.700] And in the Mike Mears method, it explains the laws.
[01:40:09.700 --> 01:40:14.380] This is a federal lawsuit that you may or may not even need to file.
[01:40:14.380 --> 01:40:19.700] Once you set up the lawsuit and you go through all the process of the letters, then you just
[01:40:19.700 --> 01:40:25.700] sit back and you wait for them to violate the law for a number of times, two, three,
[01:40:25.700 --> 01:40:27.540] four months, six months, whatever.
[01:40:27.540 --> 01:40:32.260] You may not want to wait too long if they're threatening to sue you because you want to
[01:40:32.260 --> 01:40:33.260] stave that off.
[01:40:33.260 --> 01:40:36.340] You want to head that off at the pass.
[01:40:36.340 --> 01:40:41.060] And so at any rate, after there's a number of violations that have been racked up, then
[01:40:41.060 --> 01:40:42.700] you start writing your lawsuit.
[01:40:42.700 --> 01:40:48.860] You put your lawsuit together and then you send them a copy of the draft lawsuit with
[01:40:48.860 --> 01:40:57.220] a tort letter basically saying, this is what you have done to me, repair or be sued.
[01:40:57.220 --> 01:41:02.260] And if you do not contact me or respond to this letter within two weeks, a lawsuit will
[01:41:02.260 --> 01:41:04.380] be filed against you in federal court.
[01:41:04.380 --> 01:41:09.220] And of course, you have to chase down the proper addresses and the registered agents
[01:41:09.220 --> 01:41:11.740] of the corporations and all these sorts of things.
[01:41:11.740 --> 01:41:13.740] You have to get all that in place.
[01:41:13.740 --> 01:41:20.420] You send that to them and many times if it's a low amount, like if it's only a couple
[01:41:20.420 --> 01:41:25.220] thousand dollars or something, many times it will settle with you before you even file
[01:41:25.220 --> 01:41:26.660] the lawsuit.
[01:41:26.660 --> 01:41:33.260] And as part of the settlement agreement, you demand that they remove all the derogatory
[01:41:33.260 --> 01:41:38.020] information from your credit report and that they never bother you again and that they
[01:41:38.020 --> 01:41:43.940] never sell the alleged debt to any other debt collector ever again.
[01:41:43.940 --> 01:41:48.180] And of course, they violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act too because when you dispute
[01:41:48.180 --> 01:41:52.700] with them, they're required to mark the account or in dispute on your credit report and they
[01:41:52.700 --> 01:41:53.700] never do that either.
[01:41:53.700 --> 01:41:59.540] I mean, there's dozens of violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the
[01:41:59.540 --> 01:42:04.980] Fair Credit Reporting Act that they commit all the time, but in order to properly set
[01:42:04.980 --> 01:42:10.140] up the lawsuit, you have to know the steps to take, you have to know exactly what to
[01:42:10.140 --> 01:42:13.740] do and when, and you have to have the right wording and the right letters.
[01:42:13.740 --> 01:42:18.140] And that's in the Mike Mirris method and he also offers consultation.
[01:42:18.140 --> 01:42:23.340] He charges for his consultation, but he offers a considerable amount of consultation for
[01:42:23.340 --> 01:42:25.180] free when you buy the course.
[01:42:25.180 --> 01:42:34.620] So the way you get that course is you go to the LogosRadioNetwork.com, LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:42:34.620 --> 01:42:40.260] Click on the Sponsors tab and you'll scroll down, you'll see a baby blue banner that says
[01:42:40.260 --> 01:42:43.780] how to stop debt collectors, how to find debt collectors in Mike Mirris method.
[01:42:43.780 --> 01:42:48.340] You click on that and that will lead you to the place where you can get the course, okay?
[01:42:48.340 --> 01:42:50.740] Oh, sorry, you said Logos.
[01:42:50.740 --> 01:42:56.740] Yeah, LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:42:56.740 --> 01:43:03.740] You can also go to RuleOfLawRadio.com and scroll down and you'll see the baby blue
[01:43:03.740 --> 01:43:05.460] banner in the list of banners.
[01:43:05.460 --> 01:43:06.460] Okay.
[01:43:06.460 --> 01:43:07.460] Okay, great.
[01:43:07.460 --> 01:43:08.460] Thank you.
[01:43:08.460 --> 01:43:09.460] All right.
[01:43:09.460 --> 01:43:10.460] Thanks, Josie.
[01:43:10.460 --> 01:43:11.460] All right.
[01:43:11.460 --> 01:43:12.460] Okay, bye-bye.
[01:43:12.460 --> 01:43:18.980] Yeah, folks, don't let these debt collectors and creditors harass you.
[01:43:18.980 --> 01:43:21.940] Don't let them scare you if they're in your credit report.
[01:43:21.940 --> 01:43:24.380] Don't let it get you down.
[01:43:24.380 --> 01:43:27.340] Everything they do is completely fraudulent.
[01:43:27.340 --> 01:43:33.380] When these creditors, when the original creditor charges off the debt, the debt is gone.
[01:43:33.380 --> 01:43:34.860] They no longer exist.
[01:43:34.860 --> 01:43:38.220] They're technically not selling the debt to a debt collector.
[01:43:38.220 --> 01:43:39.820] There's nothing to sell.
[01:43:39.820 --> 01:43:43.940] They write off the loss against their capital gains tax liability.
[01:43:43.940 --> 01:43:49.020] It's actually tax fraud against the IRS when they do these things.
[01:43:49.020 --> 01:43:52.980] It's completely illegal and we're calling them on it and we're winning in court and
[01:43:52.980 --> 01:43:56.260] getting paid for it and clearing our credit reports.
[01:43:56.260 --> 01:43:57.260] Folks will be right back.
[01:43:57.260 --> 01:44:00.540] This is the rule of law.

[01:46:00.340 --> 01:46:11.340] Hi folks, we are back.
[01:46:11.340 --> 01:46:13.340] This is rule of law radio.
[01:46:13.340 --> 01:46:15.340] We are in our last segment.
[01:46:15.340 --> 01:46:17.340] Eric, Casey, Jim, I see you there.
[01:46:17.340 --> 01:46:19.340] So I'm going to try to get all three of you wrapped up.
[01:46:19.340 --> 01:46:21.340] So let's get rolling.
[01:46:21.340 --> 01:46:23.340] Eric, what can we do for you?
[01:46:23.340 --> 01:46:25.340] Good to talk to you, Eddie.
[01:46:25.340 --> 01:46:32.340] I'd just like to say that I'm enjoying the Yongevity products and I find us under the
[01:46:32.340 --> 01:46:40.340] rule of law radio network and that's how I'm trying to contribute to showing appreciation
[01:46:40.340 --> 01:46:42.340] to what you all are doing.
[01:46:42.340 --> 01:46:43.340] Thank you.
[01:46:43.340 --> 01:46:44.340] Can you hear me all right?
[01:46:44.340 --> 01:46:46.340] Yeah, are you on the speakerphone?
[01:46:46.340 --> 01:46:49.340] Hold on one sec.
[01:46:49.340 --> 01:46:50.340] All right, is that better?
[01:46:50.340 --> 01:46:51.340] Yes, much better.
[01:46:51.340 --> 01:46:52.340] Thank you.
[01:46:52.340 --> 01:46:59.340] So yeah, I'm using the Yongevity products under the rule of law radio network and we
[01:46:59.340 --> 01:47:04.340] go through about two or three tubs of Tangy Tangerina a month.
[01:47:04.340 --> 01:47:06.340] You're a better man than me.
[01:47:06.340 --> 01:47:08.340] Thanks, Eric.
[01:47:08.340 --> 01:47:13.340] But yeah, so that's one way we can all show our support.
[01:47:13.340 --> 01:47:19.340] Another thing, Eddie, what's your expertise on guns?
[01:47:19.340 --> 01:47:23.340] Well, I know what you're not to swallow.
[01:47:23.340 --> 01:47:25.340] Well, that's good stuff.
[01:47:25.340 --> 01:47:27.340] I'm fairly knowledgeable.
[01:47:27.340 --> 01:47:33.340] I'm ex-military and I used to compete in shooting, so I know enough to stay at home on my ground.
[01:47:33.340 --> 01:47:34.340] What's up?
[01:47:34.340 --> 01:47:40.340] Well, as far as field code goes, there's a lot that's covered under a concealed handgun license.
[01:47:40.340 --> 01:47:43.340] Now, what about as far as open carry?
[01:47:43.340 --> 01:47:45.340] I don't see anything under there.
[01:47:45.340 --> 01:47:47.340] I haven't found anything.
[01:47:47.340 --> 01:47:57.340] So, and I'm trying to find out what my rights are as a lawful donor in the state of Texas.
[01:47:57.340 --> 01:48:07.340] What you need to do is read the penal code rather than the open carry act or the concealed carry act.
[01:48:07.340 --> 01:48:08.340] Read the penal code.
[01:48:08.340 --> 01:48:18.340] The penal code is where they create the offense of openly carrying a deadly weapon without a license.
[01:48:18.340 --> 01:48:24.340] And even with a concealed permit, you can't carry it open.
[01:48:24.340 --> 01:48:30.340] You're required to carry it concealed.
[01:48:30.340 --> 01:48:44.340] The only people that are allowed to threaten the public safety wholesale are the people the state licenses as enforcement officers.
[01:48:44.340 --> 01:48:47.340] Are you there?
[01:48:47.340 --> 01:48:48.340] Nope, we lost.
[01:48:48.340 --> 01:48:50.340] Eric, you dropped off.
[01:48:50.340 --> 01:48:57.340] Anyway, that's that's where you need to look is under the assault of offenses and public safety offenses listed in the penal code.
[01:48:57.340 --> 01:49:00.340] That's where you'll find reference to what we're talking about here.
[01:49:00.340 --> 01:49:07.340] There is a specific act that allows us to take a gun with us to and from our car in our car.
[01:49:07.340 --> 01:49:09.340] We can have it and so on and so forth.
[01:49:09.340 --> 01:49:14.340] But allegedly it still has to be concealed even in the car.
[01:49:14.340 --> 01:49:18.340] So open carry is what they've tried to take away from us.
[01:49:18.340 --> 01:49:21.340] And I've got a legal argument against that too.
[01:49:21.340 --> 01:49:24.340] And especially against the constitutional provision over the state.
[01:49:24.340 --> 01:49:29.340] The state may regulate the wearing of arms with an eye towards the prevention of crime.
[01:49:29.340 --> 01:49:31.340] There's a legal theory with that.
[01:49:31.340 --> 01:49:37.340] Yeah, your prevention of crime authority is limited to those you hire to enforce the law.
[01:49:37.340 --> 01:49:41.340] You can't license the general public to protect themselves.
[01:49:41.340 --> 01:49:47.340] You can only license the public wearing of arms to those over whom you have authority.
[01:49:47.340 --> 01:49:53.340] And that's your enforcement officers, not the people that you work for.
[01:49:53.340 --> 01:49:57.340] But in that case, we'll go ahead and continue on.
[01:49:57.340 --> 01:50:00.340] KCM Texas, what can we do for you, Casey?
[01:50:00.340 --> 01:50:04.340] Okay, I've got quite a bit to cover so I'll get right into it.
[01:50:04.340 --> 01:50:09.340] First thing I want to ask you about is speedy trial.
[01:50:09.340 --> 01:50:19.340] Say I've got a traffic ticket and once I got the citation, I went to...
[01:50:19.340 --> 01:50:24.340] I made my first appearance, of course, the magistrate wasn't there that day.
[01:50:24.340 --> 01:50:29.340] And so every time I've called since to then on this particular one,
[01:50:29.340 --> 01:50:33.340] they don't have any information to give me about it.
[01:50:33.340 --> 01:50:35.340] They don't have a court bid set or anything.
[01:50:35.340 --> 01:50:40.340] And this has been probably eight or nine months ago.
[01:50:40.340 --> 01:50:44.340] And as far as I can tell, they've just forgotten all about it.
[01:50:44.340 --> 01:50:49.340] Okay, well, the right to speedy trial does not kick in until a complaint is filed.
[01:50:49.340 --> 01:50:52.340] Okay, okay.
[01:50:52.340 --> 01:50:54.340] So the citation...
[01:50:54.340 --> 01:50:57.340] And they have up to two years to do that.
[01:50:57.340 --> 01:51:03.340] Okay, so I've got another one.
[01:51:03.340 --> 01:51:11.340] It's my brother, actually, and they have filed a complaint and they didn't arrest him that day.
[01:51:11.340 --> 01:51:14.340] They put out a warrant for him and arrested him.
[01:51:14.340 --> 01:51:17.340] Well, he went in and took care of the warrant, did the walkthrough.
[01:51:17.340 --> 01:51:24.340] And same thing, it's been close to a year with him and they have not set a court date yet.
[01:51:24.340 --> 01:51:26.340] Okay, now he has a complaint.
[01:51:26.340 --> 01:51:29.340] Now he can demand dismissal for lack of a speedy trial.
[01:51:29.340 --> 01:51:32.340] Okay, so is that a motion to dismiss?
[01:51:32.340 --> 01:51:33.340] Absolutely.
[01:51:33.340 --> 01:51:35.340] Does he have an attorney?
[01:51:35.340 --> 01:51:36.340] He does not.
[01:51:36.340 --> 01:51:38.340] Okay, then he can file it.
[01:51:38.340 --> 01:51:41.340] Is that a motion to dismiss failure to provide a speedy trial?
[01:51:41.340 --> 01:51:42.340] Okay, excellent.
[01:51:42.340 --> 01:51:56.340] Okay, moving on, I got a ticket for driving while licensed in Valid in 2011.
[01:51:56.340 --> 01:52:01.340] So that was probably April.
[01:52:01.340 --> 01:52:07.340] And the court date that they had set for me on the citation, I failed to appear.
[01:52:07.340 --> 01:52:10.340] So let me see here.
[01:52:10.340 --> 01:52:24.340] Of course they never do it, but according to 27.14D, if the written notice for an offense,
[01:52:24.340 --> 01:52:31.340] which the max possible punishment is fine only, if you plead guilty or fail to appear,
[01:52:31.340 --> 01:52:36.340] they're supposed to then write out the criminal complaint.
[01:52:36.340 --> 01:52:41.340] So I went and checked the file the other day and there is no criminal complaint.
[01:52:41.340 --> 01:52:45.340] So, and then another thing is notice.
[01:52:45.340 --> 01:52:48.340] They never, ever give you notice.
[01:52:48.340 --> 01:52:53.340] So I got the ticket 2011.
[01:52:53.340 --> 01:52:55.340] I failed to appear.
[01:52:55.340 --> 01:52:57.340] They did send me this letter here.
[01:52:57.340 --> 01:53:12.340] Has the Judge Lisa Whitehead just as a piece precinct two in Bryant, Texas and then has my name and address regarding driving while licensed in Valid $560.
[01:53:12.340 --> 01:53:15.340] And it says official notice to appear.
[01:53:15.340 --> 01:53:21.340] You have failed to appear to resolve a violation pending in this court, which remains outstanding at this time.
[01:53:21.340 --> 01:53:23.340] You are in violation of the law.
[01:53:23.340 --> 01:53:32.340] You must make a personal appearance in this court or remit a money order or cashier's check for payment of the fine and costs for cause number, blah, blah, blah.
[01:53:32.340 --> 01:53:44.340] Honor before July 15, 2011, failure to comply by the above date will result in additional fees and the court charging you with failure to appear and warrants being issued.
[01:53:44.340 --> 01:53:57.340] And then it says this court has a contract with OmniBase Incorporated, which means you will not be allowed to renew your license until the fine is paid in full for warrants issued respectfully, Lisa Whitehead.
[01:53:57.340 --> 01:54:07.340] And then it says at the bottom, it says this is a courtesy notice and not required by law, which is a joke.
[01:54:07.340 --> 01:54:11.340] You would think these people would read the code, but apparently they don't.
[01:54:11.340 --> 01:54:14.340] Even if they do, they don't understand it.
[01:54:14.340 --> 01:54:15.340] Right.
[01:54:15.340 --> 01:54:35.340] And then one thing about this notice is after I failed to appear and they were required to write out the complaint, which they did not, you know, this notice, you know, they actually sent me a notice, but it means nothing because they didn't file the complaint.
[01:54:35.340 --> 01:54:37.340] Hey, one second.
[01:54:37.340 --> 01:54:38.340] Casey.
[01:54:38.340 --> 01:54:39.340] Okay.
[01:54:39.340 --> 01:54:43.340] It sounds like you're overloading the mic and your cell phone or your phone.
[01:54:43.340 --> 01:54:47.340] Can you kind of hold the mic further down by your chin somewhat?
[01:54:47.340 --> 01:54:48.340] Yeah.
[01:54:48.340 --> 01:54:50.340] A little bit further away from your mouth?
[01:54:50.340 --> 01:54:51.340] Sure.
[01:54:51.340 --> 01:54:52.340] Okay, better.
[01:54:52.340 --> 01:54:53.340] Yes, thank you.
[01:54:53.340 --> 01:54:54.340] Okay, good.
[01:54:54.340 --> 01:55:05.340] Okay, so what I have now is I haven't checked since I went and checked my file that first time.
[01:55:05.340 --> 01:55:15.340] But I'm sure another thing is them charging me with failure to appear in the code from what I understand from...
[01:55:15.340 --> 01:55:17.340] Okay, Casey, hang on.
[01:55:17.340 --> 01:55:20.340] You've got way too much stuff going on here at one time.
[01:55:20.340 --> 01:55:23.340] According to the area code, you're in the general Austin vicinity.
[01:55:23.340 --> 01:55:24.340] Is that correct?
[01:55:24.340 --> 01:55:25.340] That's correct.
[01:55:25.340 --> 01:55:27.340] I'll see you Sundays.
[01:55:27.340 --> 01:55:28.340] Okay.
[01:55:28.340 --> 01:55:29.340] Sounds good.
[01:55:29.340 --> 01:55:30.340] Okay.
[01:55:30.340 --> 01:55:35.340] For this much stuff, that's the better venue. Right now, I've got one other guy in three minutes to get him.
[01:55:35.340 --> 01:55:38.340] And only one of those minutes will have no music in it.
[01:55:38.340 --> 01:55:44.340] So if it's all right, be in class Sunday and or send me an email and we can take this off air.
[01:55:44.340 --> 01:55:45.340] Okay.
[01:55:45.340 --> 01:55:46.340] We'll do.
[01:55:46.340 --> 01:55:47.340] Okay.
[01:55:47.340 --> 01:55:48.340] All right.
[01:55:48.340 --> 01:55:49.340] Thank you guys.
[01:55:49.340 --> 01:55:50.340] All right.
[01:55:50.340 --> 01:55:51.340] Thanks, Casey.
[01:55:51.340 --> 01:55:52.340] Appreciate it.
[01:55:52.340 --> 01:55:53.340] All right.
[01:55:53.340 --> 01:55:54.340] Let's get to Jim in Ohio.
[01:55:54.340 --> 01:55:59.340] Jim, you've got about one minute before the music starts and another minute after that before I might cut you off.
[01:55:59.340 --> 01:56:00.340] All right.
[01:56:00.340 --> 01:56:14.340] I wanted to mention, first of all, I want to turn it to a spiritual note for just a moment and say that I believe with all of my heart that your collective efforts are a Christian outreach and what you're doing.
[01:56:14.340 --> 01:56:25.340] And you're following scripture to the letter as our savior told his immediate disciples and us as the secondary disciples to occupy until he returned.
[01:56:25.340 --> 01:56:37.340] And also the admonition from God through his prophets that we engage evil, not on Thursdays, not on Tuesday nights, engage evil.
[01:56:37.340 --> 01:56:38.340] That was the words that was used.
[01:56:38.340 --> 01:56:40.340] It can't be taken out of context.
[01:56:40.340 --> 01:56:43.340] Engage evil and you're doing it very finely.
[01:56:43.340 --> 01:56:45.340] And I'm proud of you all.
[01:56:45.340 --> 01:56:47.340] I would appreciate that, Jim.
[01:56:47.340 --> 01:56:48.340] Thank you, Jim.
[01:56:48.340 --> 01:56:54.340] That's actually what Jerry's song is about, Occupy My Father's House, about occupying the earth until he returns.
[01:56:54.340 --> 01:56:56.340] Yes, very much so.
[01:56:56.340 --> 01:57:00.340] I need help with Kennedy v. State.
[01:57:00.340 --> 01:57:01.340] What state was that?
[01:57:01.340 --> 01:57:02.340] And would you send me an email?
[01:57:02.340 --> 01:57:08.340] Would you give me back to the call screener after you're done with me so I can get my email?
[01:57:08.340 --> 01:57:12.340] And you can send me an email with the note.
[01:57:12.340 --> 01:57:14.340] Well, you can send me one and I can reply back to it.
[01:57:14.340 --> 01:57:17.340] It's eddy at ruleoflawradio.com.
[01:57:17.340 --> 01:57:18.340] It shall be done.
[01:57:18.340 --> 01:57:19.340] All right.
[01:57:19.340 --> 01:57:25.340] I also wanted to mention real quickly to the fellow from Colorado that I won twice.
[01:57:25.340 --> 01:57:40.340] It only counts for once, but I won twice using a combination of 15th Amendment due process violations and the right to travel in a common law filing that I made to the courts twice in two of the suburbs of Denver.
[01:57:40.340 --> 01:57:43.340] The first time, I didn't know how to articulate.
[01:57:43.340 --> 01:57:48.340] I hadn't learned enough in what I had done when I began doing it.
[01:57:48.340 --> 01:58:01.340] But the judge took on my ear while they were getting the cop back in the court because I had already, I had defaulted them and the cop was off of the shooting range and they're drawing it back in.
[01:58:01.340 --> 01:58:07.340] The second time, I won outright against reckless operation.
[01:58:07.340 --> 01:58:10.340] So it's possible to win in Colorado.
[01:58:10.340 --> 01:58:11.340] Yeah.
[01:58:11.340 --> 01:58:13.340] Kennedy v. State is out of Georgia.
[01:58:13.340 --> 01:58:14.340] I'm Georgia.
[01:58:14.340 --> 01:58:15.340] All right.
[01:58:15.340 --> 01:58:16.340] Thank you, sir.
[01:58:16.340 --> 01:58:17.340] Okay.
[01:58:17.340 --> 01:58:19.340] I just want to look forward to folks.
[01:58:19.340 --> 01:58:20.340] We can win.
[01:58:20.340 --> 01:58:21.340] We have one.
[01:58:21.340 --> 01:58:22.340] We are winning.
[01:58:22.340 --> 01:58:25.340] We just need more people in the fray.
[01:58:25.340 --> 01:58:26.340] Okay.
[01:58:26.340 --> 01:58:27.340] All right.
[01:58:27.340 --> 01:58:28.340] Thank you all so much for listening.
[01:58:28.340 --> 01:58:32.340] This has been the Monday night traffic show here on rule of law radio.
[01:58:32.340 --> 01:58:33.340] I am Eddie Craig.
[01:58:33.340 --> 01:58:38.340] Thank you all for listening for calling in and for wanting to do what needs to be done.
[01:58:38.340 --> 01:58:40.340] Thank you all so much.
[01:58:40.340 --> 01:58:41.340] God bless.
[01:58:41.340 --> 01:58:46.340] And please remember we need your financial support if we are to continue.
[01:58:46.340 --> 01:58:47.340] And good night.
[01:58:47.340 --> 01:58:53.340] Hey, did you hear Ron Paul's announced he's running for president in 2012?
[01:58:53.340 --> 01:58:54.340] It is Ron Paul's.
[01:58:54.340 --> 01:58:55.340] Really?
[01:58:55.340 --> 01:58:56.340] Okay.
[01:58:56.340 --> 01:58:57.340] Put down the cell phone for one minute.
[01:58:57.340 --> 01:59:00.340] Your friends really don't care about your Twitter updates on what you had for breakfast.
[01:59:00.340 --> 01:59:03.340] Oh, but I'd love to make those little smiley faces with punctuation marks.
[01:59:03.340 --> 01:59:04.340] Of course you do.
[01:59:04.340 --> 01:59:05.340] Now listen closely.
[01:59:05.340 --> 01:59:10.340] You need to go down to Brave New Books and learn as much as you can about Ron Paul and his message before it's too late.
[01:59:10.340 --> 01:59:13.340] They have all of his books and many of the books he talks about.
[01:59:13.340 --> 01:59:18.340] They also have t-shirts, bumper stickers and yard signs so that you can show your support for him during the campaign.
[01:59:18.340 --> 01:59:19.340] Brave New Books.
[01:59:19.340 --> 01:59:21.340] Did they have Harry Potter and Twilight?
[01:59:21.340 --> 01:59:27.340] No, but they do carry a large selection of survival and preparedness books to protect your family in time of emergency.
[01:59:27.340 --> 01:59:29.340] Ugh, that sounds like that show in the Discovery Channel.
[01:59:29.340 --> 01:59:37.340] Yeah, there's even a wilderness survival expert that teaches classes called Earth Skills School that you can sign up for on the website bravenewbookstore.com.
[01:59:37.340 --> 01:59:38.340] What are you doing?
[01:59:38.340 --> 01:59:42.340] I'm tweeting all my friends that they should go to bravenewbookstore.com or down to the bookstore in person.
[01:59:42.340 --> 01:59:43.340] Where's that located?
[01:59:43.340 --> 01:59:45.340] 1904 Guadalupe Street.
[01:59:45.340 --> 01:59:46.340] There, it's sent.
[01:59:46.340 --> 01:59:48.340] I even made a smiley face.
[01:59:48.340 --> 02:00:13.340] Great.
