[00:00.000 --> 00:07.000] Part of official food colors may make Tandy look nice, but they've been tied to hyperactivity
[00:07.000 --> 00:08.000] and even cancer.
[00:08.000 --> 00:13.000] Now researchers say the blue dye in M&Ms is also a potent medication.
[00:13.000 --> 00:16.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright and I'll tell you more in just a moment.
[00:16.000 --> 00:18.000] Privacy is under attack.
[00:18.000 --> 00:22.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:22.000 --> 00:27.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:27.000 --> 00:32.000] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[00:32.000 --> 00:34.000] Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[00:34.000 --> 00:38.000] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[00:38.000 --> 00:42.000] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[00:42.000 --> 00:45.000] Start over with StartPage.
[00:45.000 --> 00:48.000] M&Ms are more than just a colorful snack.
[00:48.000 --> 00:55.000] The food dye in blue M&Ms is nearly identical to the brilliant blue G dye that scientists are injecting into lab rounds.
[00:55.000 --> 00:58.000] It's an experimental spinal medication.
[00:58.000 --> 01:00.000] Blue dye is petroleum based.
[01:00.000 --> 01:04.000] It's used to color food and drinks and products like shampoo and mouthwash.
[01:04.000 --> 01:09.000] While the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved blue food dyes like those used in M&Ms,
[01:09.000 --> 01:14.000] countries like Austria are considering a ban because of the links to childhood illnesses.
[01:14.000 --> 01:17.000] As for me, I avoid artificial colors, period.
[01:17.000 --> 01:23.000] I don't like spinal medications in my candy and I don't want my world painted blue or any other color for that matter.
[01:23.000 --> 01:28.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:32.000 --> 01:35.000] Coffee might not be so bad after all.
[01:35.000 --> 01:40.000] In fact, researchers say drinking a cup of Joe every day can help keep the doctor away.
[01:40.000 --> 01:45.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. I'll be back in a moment to talk about the health benefits of coffee.
[01:45.000 --> 01:47.000] Privacy is under attack.
[01:47.000 --> 01:50.000] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:50.000 --> 01:55.000] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:55.000 --> 02:00.000] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[02:00.000 --> 02:03.000] Privacy. It's worth hanging on to.
[02:03.000 --> 02:06.000] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[02:06.000 --> 02:10.000] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[02:10.000 --> 02:13.000] Start over with StartPage.
[02:14.000 --> 02:16.000] For years, coffee has gotten a bad rap.
[02:16.000 --> 02:19.000] True, it can be addictive and even spike blood pressure.
[02:19.000 --> 02:22.000] But researchers now say coffee could actually be good for you.
[02:22.000 --> 02:26.000] Did you know that regular coffee drinkers have a lower risk of type 2 diabetes?
[02:26.000 --> 02:32.000] Coffee may also prevent colon cancer, gallstones, liver damage, and Parkinson's disease.
[02:32.000 --> 02:37.000] And anyone who's had to pull an all-nighter can tell you that coffee improves alertness and increases endurance.
[02:37.000 --> 02:41.000] Coffee has many perks, but doctors caution against over-consumption.
[02:41.000 --> 02:46.000] Two cups a day is generally okay, but more can cause jitters, insomnia, and other health risks.
[02:46.000 --> 02:49.000] As with most things in life, moderation is the key.
[02:49.000 --> 02:51.000] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[02:51.000 --> 03:17.000] More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[03:21.000 --> 03:28.000] What's it gonna do?
[03:28.000 --> 03:31.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what's it gonna do?
[03:31.000 --> 03:33.000] What's it gonna do when they come for you?
[03:33.000 --> 03:36.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what's it gonna do?
[03:36.000 --> 03:39.000] What's it gonna do when they come for you?
[03:39.000 --> 03:44.000] When you were 8 and you had bad traits, you go to school and learn to go and then lose.
[03:44.000 --> 03:47.000] So why are you acting like a fluffy fool?
[03:47.000 --> 03:52.000] It's Contact Give! Bad boys, bad boys, what's it gonna do?
[03:52.000 --> 03:57.000] What's it gonna do when they come for you?
[03:57.000 --> 04:00.000] What's it gonna do when they come for you?
[04:00.000 --> 04:03.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what's it gonna do?
[04:03.000 --> 04:07.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what's it gonna do?
[04:07.000 --> 04:11.000] What's it gonna do, what's it gonna do?
[04:11.000 --> 04:14.000] Bad boys, bad boys, what's it gonna do?
[04:14.000 --> 04:37.320] All right, bad boys, bad boys, what are you going to do when we come for you?
[04:37.320 --> 04:45.160] Here on the Rule of Law, tonight is Thursday, May 31st, 2012.
[04:45.160 --> 04:46.360] I'm Deborah Stevens.
[04:46.360 --> 04:51.240] I'm here with my esteemed co-host, Randy Kelton and Eddie Craig.
[04:51.240 --> 04:57.200] And tonight for a few minutes, we have a special treat for all you listeners out there.
[04:57.200 --> 05:06.040] We've got Richard Gage, founder of Architects and Engineers for 9-Eleven Truth, that's AE911Truth.org.
[05:06.040 --> 05:12.120] He's going to be on with us for a few minutes to discuss the upcoming event at Brave New
[05:12.120 --> 05:13.120] Books.
[05:13.120 --> 05:20.000] Folks, if you didn't hear about this yet on the radio or on the show on Monday, I will
[05:20.000 --> 05:23.480] give a brief overview.
[05:23.480 --> 05:26.320] This Saturday, Richard Gage is going to be at Brave New Books.
[05:26.320 --> 05:27.760] He's actually on tour.
[05:27.760 --> 05:30.000] This is one of his stops.
[05:30.000 --> 05:33.240] On his tour, he'll be in Denver tomorrow night.
[05:33.240 --> 05:39.680] You can get the whole list of the tour dates at AE911Truth.org.
[05:39.680 --> 05:47.760] He's going to be doing a screening, showing a screening of his new documentary, 9-Eleven
[05:47.760 --> 05:51.360] Explosive Evidence, Expert Speak Out.
[05:51.360 --> 05:52.640] It's just a fantastic film.
[05:52.640 --> 05:53.960] I've seen it already.
[05:53.960 --> 05:57.600] I gave a little bit of an overview on Monday.
[05:57.600 --> 06:01.440] All the evidence, I mean, it's just expert after expert.
[06:01.440 --> 06:04.800] It's just absolutely fantastic film, highly recommended.
[06:04.800 --> 06:07.880] Anyone who's in Austin, please get down to Brave New Books this Saturday.
[06:07.880 --> 06:13.120] The showing starts at 7, and it will, the movie's about two hours long, then there's
[06:13.120 --> 06:16.000] going to be a live Q&A afterward.
[06:16.000 --> 06:21.920] Now, George Butler from The Secret Truth, which is on the GCN network, Genesis Communications
[06:21.920 --> 06:24.920] Radio Network, is going to be there also.
[06:24.920 --> 06:32.080] I am going to be co-hosting with George Butler on his GCN show on Saturday night from 7 to
[06:32.080 --> 06:33.080] 9.
[06:33.080 --> 06:38.200] We're going to be interviewing Richard Gage during the screening, and that's going to
[06:38.200 --> 06:43.200] be on the air along with little tidbits of the movie here and there during our interview,
[06:43.200 --> 06:48.160] and also the Q&A will be going out on the air as well.
[06:48.160 --> 06:54.360] After 9 p.m., we're going to switch over to my network, Logos Radio Network, and we're
[06:54.360 --> 06:56.320] going to continue the coverage.
[06:56.320 --> 06:58.200] We had Richard with us a moment ago.
[06:58.200 --> 06:59.840] I think he may be back, Richard.
[06:59.840 --> 07:00.840] Are you back with us?
[07:00.840 --> 07:01.840] Right here.
[07:01.840 --> 07:02.840] Excellent.
[07:02.840 --> 07:03.840] I sure am.
[07:03.840 --> 07:05.840] Richard, thank you so much for joining us tonight.
[07:05.840 --> 07:09.040] We have the one and only Richard Gage, one of my personal heroes.
[07:09.040 --> 07:11.400] Thank you so much for staying on the line with us.
[07:11.400 --> 07:16.320] He was a guest on Tom Kiley's show just now, and now he's staying over with us for a few
[07:16.320 --> 07:17.320] minutes.
[07:17.320 --> 07:22.280] Richard, give us a bit of an overview of what folks can expect this weekend.
[07:22.280 --> 07:25.560] Well, it's pretty exciting for us.
[07:25.560 --> 07:36.560] It's our 30-city tour of our new movie, a documentary film, called 9-11 Explosive Evidence
[07:36.560 --> 07:47.720] Experts Speak Out, and in this film, we interview 43 experts, technical experts, building professionals.
[07:47.720 --> 07:56.680] We have high-rise architects, structural engineers, metallurgists, chemists, physicists, and scientists
[07:56.680 --> 08:06.000] who are like Lynn Margolis, who is a national science medal, I don't think you can get
[08:06.000 --> 08:12.240] the exact name of it, National Medal of Science Award, I think, winner, President Clinton
[08:12.240 --> 08:17.960] gave her that nomination, and what is she doing?
[08:17.960 --> 08:24.560] She is calling for a new investigation along with the other 43 experts in this film, and
[08:24.560 --> 08:30.720] we've completely reworked the film in the last six months since we issued the pre-release.
[08:30.720 --> 08:32.800] It's very exciting.
[08:32.800 --> 08:40.680] There's hundreds of new photographs and diagrams and dozens of new videos to back up what these
[08:40.680 --> 08:43.160] experts are saying.
[08:43.160 --> 08:44.400] We're very excited about it.
[08:44.400 --> 08:52.400] This will be our eighth stop on this 30-city tour, and they are representing, in turn,
[08:52.400 --> 09:03.440] 1,700 architects and engineers signed onto our petition at AE911truth.org, and they are
[09:03.440 --> 09:09.360] calling for a new investigation, and I'm looking forward to sharing with you the evidence that
[09:09.360 --> 09:11.600] has troubled them so deeply.
[09:11.600 --> 09:18.560] Absolutely, and as I said, I've seen the film already, and I'm just blown away.
[09:18.560 --> 09:21.200] Most of it I knew I had known already.
[09:21.200 --> 09:27.240] Some of it was new to me, and I was just, of course, going over that evidence again about
[09:27.240 --> 09:34.120] the nanothermite, which was engineered at the atomic level from the bottom up, from
[09:34.120 --> 09:35.120] the atomic level up.
[09:35.120 --> 09:43.760] I mean, there's just no way that this could have possibly done by some rogue religious
[09:43.760 --> 09:46.440] extremists in a cave.
[09:46.440 --> 09:47.680] It's just totally ridiculous.
[09:47.680 --> 09:54.980] The proof is just mind-blowing, really, and one of the sections of the film that most
[09:54.980 --> 10:02.200] impressed me was the ending, the end section, with all the psychologists talking about why
[10:02.200 --> 10:06.720] people are in denial about this and what we can do to break through these psychological
[10:06.720 --> 10:07.720] barriers.
[10:07.720 --> 10:12.000] Yeah, this is one of the powerful sections.
[10:12.000 --> 10:18.800] Let's talk about that in just a moment, because you mentioned nanothermite, and I want everybody
[10:18.800 --> 10:21.920] to understand what we're talking about.
[10:21.920 --> 10:29.200] Here is a small team of international scientists who have examined in detail four separate samples
[10:29.200 --> 10:37.000] independently collected throughout the three-square-mile area where all of this concrete powder landed
[10:37.000 --> 10:43.280] in a blanket four inches thick, which is a story in and of itself, because where did
[10:43.280 --> 10:50.120] the 90,000 tons of concrete floors end up, not in a pile at the bottom of these towers,
[10:50.120 --> 10:56.680] as we should have seen in a gravitational collapse, but completely pulverized and spread
[10:56.680 --> 10:57.680] out.
[10:57.680 --> 11:04.320] And these scientists find, in every one of their sampleings, hundreds of these small
[11:04.320 --> 11:11.400] red-grade chips about a 16th of an inch long, the red side is in turn composed of extremely
[11:11.400 --> 11:17.240] small particles of iron oxide and aluminum powders at the nanoscale.
[11:17.240 --> 11:22.120] These are a thousand times smaller than the human hair diameter.
[11:22.120 --> 11:29.680] This is built from the atomic scale up, an extremely sophisticated process where these
[11:29.680 --> 11:34.640] are uniformly mixed and in the perfect percentage to become what?
[11:34.640 --> 11:35.640] Thermite.
[11:35.640 --> 11:37.600] Well, what is thermite?
[11:37.600 --> 11:43.520] Thermite is an incendiary used by the military to cut through steel like a hot knife through
[11:43.520 --> 11:44.720] butter.
[11:44.720 --> 11:52.080] And so nanothermite becomes much more explosive because of the small particle size, the chemical
[11:52.080 --> 11:54.760] reactions virtually instantaneous.
[11:54.760 --> 11:57.520] So these are found throughout the dust.
[11:57.520 --> 12:07.280] And officials, USGS, doing toxological studies on the dust, also find billions of small microspheres,
[12:07.280 --> 12:13.560] iron microspheres, previously molten iron in all the World Trade Center dust.
[12:13.560 --> 12:21.160] Guess what temperatures it takes to create iron microspheres, over 2,800 degrees.
[12:21.160 --> 12:26.840] And so we don't have jet fuel getting anywhere near that temperature, not even half.
[12:26.840 --> 12:29.520] Office fires can't get that hot.
[12:29.520 --> 12:36.480] So these microspheres contain also the chemical signature of thermite, ignited thermite.
[12:36.480 --> 12:40.320] So we have evidence of unignited thermite in the dust samples.
[12:40.320 --> 12:46.960] We have evidence of ignited thermite because when they put these red-gray chips in a heater,
[12:46.960 --> 12:52.840] they ignite and create temperatures of 2,800 degrees.
[12:52.840 --> 12:57.720] And they create these molten iron spheres, which is what thermite does.
[12:57.720 --> 13:00.480] It issues molten iron as its byproduct.
[13:00.480 --> 13:05.920] We even see molten iron pouring out of the south tower 10 minutes prior to its collapse,
[13:05.920 --> 13:11.560] which is extraordinary, this hot yellow fluid molten iron pouring out of the towers.
[13:11.560 --> 13:19.480] This is determined later by sampling to be molten iron, not aluminum, like NIST says
[13:19.480 --> 13:20.880] from the jet planes.
[13:20.880 --> 13:25.120] So this needs investigation as well.
[13:25.120 --> 13:30.440] And we also have hundreds of witnesses that hear sounds of explosions.
[13:30.440 --> 13:36.080] They see flashes of light at the onset of the destruction of both towers.
[13:36.080 --> 13:38.000] It's absolutely extraordinary.
[13:38.000 --> 13:41.800] This information was hidden from the American people by the city.
[13:41.800 --> 13:46.960] Finally, the New York court state of appeals forced them to release this information.
[13:46.960 --> 13:48.960] New York Times reported it.
[13:48.960 --> 13:57.800] And of the 500 first responders who were recorded, over 100 of them are talking about these flashes
[13:57.800 --> 14:04.640] of light, these explosions going off like a belt, they say, all these explosions wrapping
[14:04.640 --> 14:06.560] all the way around the building.
[14:06.560 --> 14:11.680] Like they were trying to take down a building, one group of firefighters is talking about.
[14:11.680 --> 14:19.160] Well, all this information is in the DVD, which is, and it's going to be in the film,
[14:19.160 --> 14:25.760] of course, that we're premiering in Austin, Texas on Saturday night at 7 p.m. at Brave
[14:25.760 --> 14:26.760] New Books.
[14:26.760 --> 14:33.640] I'm very excited to be there personally to introduce the film and to answer as many questions
[14:33.640 --> 14:36.680] as we can about the technical information.
[14:36.680 --> 14:44.240] And as you suggest, the more startling implications of this evidence, obviously Al Qaeda didn't
[14:44.240 --> 14:48.600] have access to these three highly defended or secure buildings.
[14:48.600 --> 14:50.560] Well, who did?
[14:50.560 --> 14:56.200] We need an investigation that finds out how deep this goes, how wide it goes.
[14:56.200 --> 15:01.720] We don't have conspiracy theories at architects and engineers for 9-Eleven Truth.
[15:01.720 --> 15:11.040] Nevertheless, this information confronts people at a very root level, a place that takes them
[15:11.040 --> 15:13.120] where they don't want to go.
[15:13.120 --> 15:18.440] It's just much easier for us to remain in denial, believe the official story, ignore
[15:18.440 --> 15:26.120] the elephant in the room, which is the implication of this controlled demolition being some sort
[15:26.120 --> 15:29.360] of an inside operation.
[15:29.360 --> 15:34.000] We were accustomed to thinking as the government, as our protector.
[15:34.000 --> 15:40.280] And now it appears that there are elements most likely in our government, rogue elements,
[15:40.280 --> 15:52.880] that may be responsible for setting up 9-Eleven for the presumably to get us into these wars,
[15:52.880 --> 15:58.480] which of course become highly profitable, but very expensive to the American people
[15:58.480 --> 16:05.960] at $4 trillion and expensive in terms of the cost of lives, 1 million lives in the Middle
[16:05.960 --> 16:09.800] East, 6,000 U.S. soldiers.
[16:09.800 --> 16:13.920] And the loss of our liberties through the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act,
[16:13.920 --> 16:22.040] the National Defense Authorization Act, these have given us in America where any of us can
[16:22.040 --> 16:26.800] be arrested, thrown in jail, without being told what we're charged with, without a right
[16:26.800 --> 16:29.000] to a trial by jury.
[16:29.000 --> 16:35.640] This is not the kind of America that we are willing to accept, not those of us in the
[16:35.640 --> 16:40.480] 9-Eleven Truth Movement, and I don't think Americans in general are willing to accept.
[16:40.480 --> 16:41.480] Absolutely not.
[16:41.480 --> 16:43.360] Richard, I know that you have to go shortly.
[16:43.360 --> 16:46.280] Can you give us a few minutes on the other side of the break?
[16:46.280 --> 16:48.520] Yes, I'll be right here.
[16:48.520 --> 16:49.520] Okay, all right.
[16:49.520 --> 16:55.360] We'll be right back, folks, with Richard Gage for just a few moments into the next segment.
[16:55.360 --> 17:00.800] This is the Rule of Law.
[17:00.800 --> 17:01.800] America is in trouble.
[17:01.800 --> 17:04.160] Washington is a disgrace.
[17:04.160 --> 17:05.160] Government has become too big.
[17:05.160 --> 17:06.160] It's overtaxing, overstanding.
[17:06.160 --> 17:07.160] We need to change direction.
[17:07.160 --> 17:08.160] We really need to change.
[17:08.160 --> 17:12.760] We can't afford to make the same mistakes we've made in the past.
[17:12.760 --> 17:14.880] Mitt Romney's reputation is a flip-flopper.
[17:14.880 --> 17:18.160] He went the other way when he got paid to go the other way.
[17:18.160 --> 17:20.160] There is need for economic stimulus.
[17:20.160 --> 17:22.000] It's about serial hypocrisy.
[17:22.000 --> 17:23.480] This election is about trust.
[17:23.480 --> 17:27.280] There's been one true consistent candidate, and that's Dr. Ron Paul.
[17:27.280 --> 17:30.520] Ron Paul has been so consistent from the very beginning.
[17:30.520 --> 17:32.360] He seems like a more honest candidate.
[17:32.360 --> 17:35.120] He tells the truth about what he believes, whether you like it or not.
[17:35.120 --> 17:39.840] He's never once voted for a tax increase, never once voted for an unbalanced budget.
[17:39.840 --> 17:41.400] Ron Paul's plan is bold.
[17:41.400 --> 17:42.400] Cut five departments.
[17:42.400 --> 17:43.400] It's what we need.
[17:43.400 --> 17:47.400] When he says he's going to cut a trillion dollars in the first year, I believe it.
[17:47.400 --> 17:53.000] If you don't like how things are going and tired of politicians, he's something different.
[17:53.000 --> 17:54.000] Ron Paul.
[17:54.000 --> 17:55.000] Ron Paul.
[17:55.000 --> 17:56.000] Ron Paul.
[17:56.000 --> 17:57.000] Ron Paul.
[17:57.000 --> 17:58.000] This is the one we've been looking for.
[17:58.000 --> 18:00.700] I'm Ron Paul, and I approve this message.
[18:00.700 --> 18:05.240] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even lawsuits?
[18:05.240 --> 18:09.480] Stop debt collectors now with the Michael Mearris Proven Methods.
[18:09.480 --> 18:14.000] Michael Mearris has won six cases in federal court against debt collectors, and now you
[18:14.000 --> 18:15.000] can win two.
[18:15.000 --> 18:19.720] You'll get step-by-step instructions in plain English on how to win in court using federal
[18:19.720 --> 18:20.840] civil rights statute.
[18:20.840 --> 18:24.840] What to do when contacted by phones, mail or court summons?
[18:24.840 --> 18:26.840] How to answer letters and phone calls?
[18:26.840 --> 18:28.840] How to get debt collectors out of your credit reports?
[18:28.840 --> 18:33.840] How to turn the financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away?
[18:33.840 --> 18:38.840] The Michael Mirris Proven Method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[18:38.840 --> 18:40.840] Personal consultation is available as well.
[18:40.840 --> 18:44.840] For more information, please visit ruleoflawradio.com
[18:44.840 --> 18:49.840] and click on the blue Michael Mirris banner or email Michael Mirris at yahoo.com.
[18:49.840 --> 18:57.840] That's ruleoflawradio.com or email m-i-c-h-a-e-l-m-i-r-r-a-s at yahoo.com.
[18:57.840 --> 19:00.840] To learn how to stop debt collectors next.
[19:00.840 --> 19:21.840] Music playing.
[19:21.840 --> 19:23.840] Okay folks, we are back.
[19:23.840 --> 19:28.840] We're here with one of my personal heroes, Richard Gage Architect.
[19:28.840 --> 19:33.840] He's the founder of Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth.
[19:33.840 --> 19:39.840] 1700 architects and engineers have signed the petition
[19:39.840 --> 19:45.840] and thousands of other supporters calling for a new investigation of 9-11.
[19:45.840 --> 19:47.840] Alright, Richard's going to give us a few more minutes here
[19:47.840 --> 19:49.840] and then he's got to jump at the bottom of the hour.
[19:49.840 --> 19:53.840] So Richard, please continue about some of this explosive evidence
[19:53.840 --> 20:01.840] that people can witness for themselves on your new DVD.
[20:01.840 --> 20:07.840] Well, most people are completely unaware, including architects and engineers,
[20:07.840 --> 20:11.840] of the third worst structural failure in modern history.
[20:11.840 --> 20:16.840] This is World Trade Center 7, a 47-story skyscraper
[20:16.840 --> 20:20.840] that is about a football field of the length away from the Twin Towers.
[20:20.840 --> 20:25.840] And it sustained a little bit of damage and some fires.
[20:25.840 --> 20:31.840] And what happens at about 5.20 in the afternoon of 9-11,
[20:31.840 --> 20:37.840] after the towers have come down, this building drops like a rock.
[20:37.840 --> 20:44.840] Suddenly, smoothly, symmetrically accelerating straight down
[20:44.840 --> 20:49.840] through 40,000 tons of structural steel as if it weren't even there.
[20:49.840 --> 20:54.840] It's falling with no resistance from any of those 80 columns
[20:54.840 --> 20:57.840] and it's falling straight down.
[20:57.840 --> 21:04.840] This only happens with controlled demolitions like the old hotels in Las Vegas
[21:04.840 --> 21:06.840] that are fascinating to watch.
[21:06.840 --> 21:12.840] So we're told, however, by our governmental agency NIST,
[21:12.840 --> 21:14.840] the National Institute of Standards and Technology,
[21:14.840 --> 21:18.840] who was tasked with explaining this collapse to us,
[21:18.840 --> 21:23.840] that it came down by, quote, normal office fires.
[21:23.840 --> 21:30.840] Now, normal office fires have never brought down any skyscraper before.
[21:30.840 --> 21:36.840] Only controlled demolitions have, and yet NIST completely ignores
[21:36.840 --> 21:39.840] the hypothesis of explosive controlled demolition,
[21:39.840 --> 21:43.840] even though there are plenty of witnesses to that demolition.
[21:43.840 --> 21:49.840] And you'll see those witnesses in our movie on Saturday night in Austin
[21:49.840 --> 21:53.840] and on Friday in here in Denver where I am now.
[21:53.840 --> 21:58.840] So we know that we're being lied to with Building 7.
[21:58.840 --> 22:02.840] People don't have a preconception about World Trade Center 7,
[22:02.840 --> 22:04.840] like they do the Twin Towers.
[22:04.840 --> 22:07.840] We all think we know how the Twin Towers came down.
[22:07.840 --> 22:15.840] But we don't have that sticking point, that denial, that belief in the official myth,
[22:15.840 --> 22:20.840] the official conspiracy theory about how the Towers came down.
[22:20.840 --> 22:29.840] Are you saying that a large commercial aircraft did not fly into Building 7?
[22:29.840 --> 22:30.840] Yeah.
[22:30.840 --> 22:36.840] Building 7 is the third skyscraper to come down due to two airplanes.
[22:36.840 --> 22:42.840] It was not hit by an airplane.
[22:42.840 --> 22:48.840] The bank building next door to the Twin Towers, the post office next door to the Twin Towers,
[22:48.840 --> 22:51.840] they didn't fall down.
[22:51.840 --> 22:56.840] But somehow these two jet aircraft managed to force Building 7,
[22:56.840 --> 23:01.840] which was another government building to fall down.
[23:01.840 --> 23:07.840] Yeah, there were a bunch of buildings associated with the World Trade Center complex,
[23:07.840 --> 23:17.840] the Millennium Hotel, which sustained massive damage as a result of the falling debris from the Towers.
[23:17.840 --> 23:22.840] And they did not come down, even though in some cases half of the building was completely destroyed.
[23:22.840 --> 23:31.840] The other path remained, the structural framing systems are very redundantly designed.
[23:31.840 --> 23:36.840] And yet the steel system of Building 7 completely gives up.
[23:36.840 --> 23:41.840] So when architects and engineers and others see that, they know they've been lied to,
[23:41.840 --> 23:47.840] their mind is open, now we have a point of conversation to have about the Twin Towers.
[23:47.840 --> 23:54.840] They're willing to look. So the second half of the film on Saturday Night will be devoted to what happened at the Twin Towers.
[23:54.840 --> 24:01.840] What we're going to discover is that the upper section, in the case of the North Tower, above the point of jet plane impacts,
[24:01.840 --> 24:05.840] we're told that upper 12 stories.
[24:05.840 --> 24:11.840] No, please continue, Richard. I think Randy's having trouble. Go ahead, Richard.
[24:11.840 --> 24:17.840] We're told that this upper section drove the rest of the building down, but that's not what we see in the videos.
[24:17.840 --> 24:25.840] Itself, it is being destroyed, telescoping in on itself, straight down, uniformly, suddenly, symmetrically,
[24:25.840 --> 24:32.840] and at neaterly freefall acceleration, such that it's completely destroyed in the first four seconds,
[24:32.840 --> 24:36.840] above the point of jet plane impacts. What's happening after that?
[24:36.840 --> 24:42.840] The building is tearing itself apart, and it's hurling 4-ton perimeter wall units laterally,
[24:42.840 --> 24:49.840] at 50 to 70 miles per hour, landing 600 feet away in every direction.
[24:49.840 --> 24:58.840] So the systematic uniform distribution of this debris in a 1,400 foot diameter around each of these buildings is extraordinary.
[24:58.840 --> 25:07.840] We would expect, in a gravitational collapse, to find a stack of 110 floors down at the bottom, certainly mangled and broken up.
[25:07.840 --> 25:16.840] But we don't see 50. We don't see 10. We don't even see one of these acre-sized floors.
[25:16.840 --> 25:26.840] What we see instead is mid-air pulverization of 90,000 tons of concrete in these thick pyroclastic-like volumes
[25:26.840 --> 25:37.840] of pulverized concrete and dense smoke, and seeing these explosions traveling down the building at two-thirds of freefall acceleration.
[25:37.840 --> 25:44.840] That's faster and faster and faster, not slowing down. There's no pancake and collapse going on here at all.
[25:44.840 --> 25:58.840] There's expulsions of debris at 160 to 200 feet per second going off at 20, 40, even 60 stories down below this zone of destruction.
[25:58.840 --> 26:08.840] So you can see why so many architects and engineers are so concerned and are not buying the official story of a gravitational collapse.
[26:08.840 --> 26:14.840] No, it's actually preposterous. It defies all the laws of physics, if that were the case.
[26:14.840 --> 26:20.840] And speaking of the whole Building 7 issue, we're about to head into break, and then I know we need to let you go.
[26:20.840 --> 26:26.840] No, wait a minute. Obama defies everything else on the planet. Why not the laws of physics?
[26:26.840 --> 26:28.840] He does it to every American law.
[26:28.840 --> 26:30.840] Yeah, really.
[26:30.840 --> 26:39.840] Richard, I wanted to ask you what got you headed in this direction of pursuing 9-11 truth in the first place?
[26:39.840 --> 26:47.840] What caused you as a successful professional architect to pursue this direction and basically even put your career on the line
[26:47.840 --> 26:55.840] and lead 1699 others to put themselves forward on the line and say, hey, this is wrong.
[26:55.840 --> 27:00.840] What the government is telling us is a lie, and furthermore, we can even prove how this happened.
[27:00.840 --> 27:06.840] How did you get going in this direction?
[27:06.840 --> 27:13.840] Well, first of all, hearing David Ray Griffin on the radio in March of 2006 was startling. It turned my world upside down.
[27:13.840 --> 27:19.840] I had a sense that he was telling the truth. He had no reason to be lying, so I went and I checked it out.
[27:19.840 --> 27:25.840] I found out that there's a whole body of evidence that I knew nothing about. My government didn't tell me.
[27:25.840 --> 27:27.840] The media didn't tell me.
[27:27.840 --> 27:35.840] So when I presented this evidence to my, well, first I was talking to them about it, the architects saying, I worked with 15 of them.
[27:35.840 --> 27:45.840] They all thought it was nuts at first, but then I showed it to them in graphics and videos in a 45-minute presentation and they were flabbergasted.
[27:45.840 --> 27:55.840] They all agreed with me at that point, and 14 out of 15 signed the petition, and we had our first 15 petition signers, including myself.
[27:55.840 --> 28:06.840] So that's when it started in earnest, and as you mentioned, we now have 1,700 others.
[28:06.840 --> 28:17.840] I couldn't just stand back and wait for somebody else to tell people and architects about this evidence that I didn't know about, that they still don't know about.
[28:17.840 --> 28:28.840] Somebody has to do something. After all, we were lied to. What does that mean? The world is not the same after hearing this information as it was before hearing it.
[28:28.840 --> 28:43.840] Everything changed. I'm not going to live with a lie of this magnitude going on when I can clearly show to anyone who's willing to listen what the truth is.
[28:43.840 --> 29:01.840] The truth is dark because the truth presents the lie. The lie is dark, and in exposing the truth about the lie of 9-11, the official conspiracy theory,
[29:01.840 --> 29:08.840] we can wake the people up who will then demand that accountability relative to this lie.
[29:08.840 --> 29:19.840] And they have that opportunity. Until they have the information, they don't have the opportunity to respond, and we find a lot of people do respond and take action.
[29:19.840 --> 29:31.840] But they have to take some internal steps, wrestling with the demons inside ourselves about our disbelief that something like this could happen in America.
[29:31.840 --> 29:40.840] All right, Richard, thank you very much for joining us tonight. He's going to be at Brave New Books this Saturday, folks, at 7 p.m. for screening of his film.
[29:40.840 --> 29:47.840] He'll be doing a short intro, and then there'll be the film and then a Q&A afterwards. Richard, thank you so much for joining us tonight.
[29:47.840 --> 29:49.840] Thank you, Deborah.
[29:49.840 --> 29:51.840] All right, we'll see you on Saturday.
[29:51.840 --> 29:52.840] See you then.
[29:52.840 --> 30:02.840] We'll be right back, folks.
[30:22.840 --> 30:26.840] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing.
[30:52.840 --> 31:09.840] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so easy, and neither is finding like-minded people to share it with.
[31:09.840 --> 31:12.840] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[31:12.840 --> 31:13.840] Brave New Books?
[31:13.840 --> 31:24.840] Yes, Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones, Ron Paul, and G. Edward Griffin. They even stock Interfood, Berkey products, and Calvin Soaps.
[31:24.840 --> 31:26.840] There's no way a place like that exists.
[31:26.840 --> 31:32.840] Go check it out for yourself. It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT.
[31:32.840 --> 31:36.840] Oh, by UT? There's never anywhere to park down there.
[31:36.840 --> 31:44.840] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking facility just behind the bookstore.
[31:44.840 --> 31:47.840] It does exist, but when are they open?
[31:47.840 --> 31:52.840] Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
[31:52.840 --> 32:01.840] So get them a call at 512-480-2503, or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com.
[32:01.840 --> 32:06.840] Live free speech radio, logosradionetwork.com.
[32:31.840 --> 32:40.840] Okay, folks, we are back. I'm sorry we didn't have time to take your calls.
[32:40.840 --> 32:48.840] We had a very limited time with Richard Gage, architect, founder of Architects & Engineers for 9-Eleven Truth.
[32:48.840 --> 32:52.840] There's no other organization out there like it.
[32:52.840 --> 33:03.840] We've got professional industry professionals, architects, and engineers that have put their careers on the line that are stepping up to the plate and speaking out.
[33:03.840 --> 33:13.840] And they have not only thoroughly debunked the government lie, but they've even gone so far as to actually show what happened and how.
[33:13.840 --> 33:21.840] No other organization has done that. Kudos and respect do where respect is due.
[33:21.840 --> 33:23.840] I mean, it's just an amazing man.
[33:23.840 --> 33:29.840] Richard's one of my personal heroes, and I so am looking forward to meeting him in person this Saturday.
[33:29.840 --> 33:35.840] Folks, if you're anywhere in the Austin area, you've got to get down there to Bravenew Books this Saturday, 7 p.m.
[33:35.840 --> 33:45.840] for the screening of the new documentary 9-Eleven Explosive Evidence. Experts speak out. It's just absolutely fantastic film.
[33:45.840 --> 33:48.840] He's going to be doing an intro and then the screening of the film.
[33:48.840 --> 33:56.840] And during the screening, he's going to pop back to Radio Row and we're going to interview him, George Butler and I, on George's show.
[33:56.840 --> 34:03.840] I'm going to be co-hosting and we sit in the co-pilot's seat with George Butler on his show, The Secret Truth, which is on the GCN network,
[34:03.840 --> 34:07.840] the Genesis Communications Radio Network, from 7 to 9 p.m.
[34:07.840 --> 34:13.840] So, folks out there, be driving around your car. If you're going to be late to the show, you can't quite make it.
[34:13.840 --> 34:20.840] You can hear live coverage of the event on the radio, on the GCN network from 7 to 9 p.m.
[34:20.840 --> 34:27.840] We'll be playing little clips of the show. I'm going to have a live feed from the movie, from the DVD, from the audio track,
[34:27.840 --> 34:38.840] going into the mixer and we'll be pulling up the faders so folks can get little previews of the movie, different parts of the movie here and there during the interview.
[34:38.840 --> 34:46.840] And then at 9 p.m., we're going to switch the coverage over to the Logos Radio Network because George's show ends at 9 p.m.
[34:46.840 --> 34:57.840] And so we're going to continue the coverage, continue the feed on this network, Logos Radio Network at 9 p.m. because there's going to be a live Q&A,
[34:57.840 --> 35:09.840] question and answer session for Richard Gage. And what we may even do is open up the phone lines so that people out there listening who are not at Brave New Books,
[35:09.840 --> 35:21.840] you can call in, we'll take your questions and that way we can feed your questions to Richard Gage at the bookstore if you can't actually make it to the bookstore.
[35:21.840 --> 35:32.840] We won't be able to put the calls on the air because we're going to be running the Q&A feed live but you can call in with your questions and I will pass those questions along, George and I.
[35:32.840 --> 35:39.840] So that's the plan for Saturday night. Be there either on the Internet, on the radio or be there in person.
[35:39.840 --> 35:50.840] Okay. And Randy, you have some stuff going on. I think Eddie's going to be there too. And so you can see Eddie, see me, see George, see Richard,
[35:50.840 --> 35:56.840] of course, Harlan over at Brave New Books is going to be a great time, great time had by all.
[35:56.840 --> 36:04.840] Yes, and I can't tell you how much I appreciate what Richard Gage is doing.
[36:04.840 --> 36:25.840] Richard Gage is a trained license professional and he has placed his professional career on hold in order to be of service to you and me and every other person in the United States.
[36:25.840 --> 36:36.840] I have experienced with that myself and I could not have more respect for Richard Gage.
[36:36.840 --> 36:45.840] This is an extremely difficult thing to do because Richard Gage could be doing what he does.
[36:45.840 --> 36:53.840] He's an architect. He could be making a lot of money but instead he's getting on airplanes and flying all over the country
[36:53.840 --> 37:11.840] talking to people like you and me trying to figure out how to get people who are engaged in their life off the dime and get them to focus on issues that are of greater importance,
[37:11.840 --> 37:19.840] issues that will affect their lives, their children's lives and their grandchildren's lives.
[37:19.840 --> 37:24.840] And do this for essentially no return.
[37:24.840 --> 37:31.840] So I can't express my appreciation for Mr. Gage high enough.
[37:31.840 --> 37:41.840] Well, Randy, one thing I was going to mention to you concerning the legal aspect of this, this is something I started to look into a couple of years ago,
[37:41.840 --> 37:52.840] but I had to put it on hold because I got involved with producing a noble lie about the Oklahoma City bombing which was the precursor to 9-11, the litmus test.
[37:52.840 --> 37:59.840] And so if anything, exposing the lie of Oklahoma City is almost even more important than 9-11.
[37:59.840 --> 38:07.840] I would say it certainly is as important because it laid the groundwork for the 9-11 false flag attack.
[38:07.840 --> 38:17.840] But at any rate, one thing that I was looking at a couple of years ago concerning one of the legal aspects of this which has to do with NIST,
[38:17.840 --> 38:28.840] and I mentioned this on Monday, but you weren't here on Monday, NIST has basically said in their report concerning Building 7 that the collapse was due to a design flaw,
[38:28.840 --> 38:42.840] that it was this very uniquely designed building that's had some kind of a hollow area and a large open hollow area on the first few floors or some such because of all the generators,
[38:42.840 --> 38:50.840] the power generators and this and that, and that it was a design flaw in the building that caused this collapse.
[38:50.840 --> 39:02.840] Well, according to federal regulations, whenever there is a structural failure of a building like this that causes a collapse,
[39:02.840 --> 39:08.840] like a complete failure of the building or even a partial structural failure, and NIST does an investigation,
[39:08.840 --> 39:23.840] NIST is required by federal regulations to release a report basically stating what the design flaw is and how this design flaw specifically caused the structural failure,
[39:23.840 --> 39:31.840] and that has to be a public report to everyone, not just the engineering and architectural community,
[39:31.840 --> 39:43.840] but especially for them so that architects and engineers in the industry will not make that mistake again so that that sort of thing won't happen again.
[39:43.840 --> 39:56.840] Well, guess what? NIST has failed to do that. They have failed to release a public report stating just exactly what the design flaw is and how this specific design flaw
[39:56.840 --> 40:05.840] specifically caused the structural failure that they're claiming and their big excuses, well, because of the blueprints of designs are proprietary.
[40:05.840 --> 40:16.840] Well, that doesn't matter. The law says that they have to tell everyone what happened so that the architects and engineers will not duplicate that error,
[40:16.840 --> 40:21.840] and so I think that that's grounds for criminal action as well as a civil lawsuit.
[40:21.840 --> 40:31.840] That's what I was alluding to is Richard Gage. I tried not to move too deeply. Actually, I spoke to Richard off the air on this issue.
[40:31.840 --> 40:46.840] Most of the lawyers that they deal with live inside a lawyer box, but you and I and Deborah and Eddie, we don't live inside that box.
[40:46.840 --> 40:55.840] We are not concerned with the opinion of the judge about us.
[40:55.840 --> 41:03.840] We're not concerned about whether or not we make a judge happy because he might revoke our bar card.
[41:03.840 --> 41:18.840] We're concerned with the truth, and I mostly appreciate Mr. Gage because he has placed his life, his career, everything on the line for the truth.
[41:18.840 --> 41:32.840] In order to last where I was, OK, what is the... Deborah, I completely lost my place.
[41:32.840 --> 41:38.840] I think you were going to... Just going into the legal remedies here.
[41:38.840 --> 41:39.840] OK.
[41:39.840 --> 41:40.840] And concerning...
[41:40.840 --> 41:42.840] I hate it when that happens.
[41:42.840 --> 41:52.840] Concerning the issue that I brought up, I still have to research this out and flesh it out because I need to find out exactly who all has standing to file a lawsuit on this matter
[41:52.840 --> 41:58.840] because you or me may be able to... We may not even have to get these guys to do it.
[41:58.840 --> 42:03.840] It could be any industry professional may have standing. I'm going to have to research it more thoroughly.
[42:03.840 --> 42:07.840] But the more that we can do on our own, the better. That's for sure.
[42:07.840 --> 42:17.840] Yes. And I apologize if I've been somewhat difficult here, but I'm trying to walk a thin line here.
[42:17.840 --> 42:22.840] Richard Gage is an architect. He's a licensed professional.
[42:22.840 --> 42:29.840] He's limited in things that he could actually do. And you and I...
[42:29.840 --> 42:34.840] I'm trained as an engineer, but I'm not a degreed engineer.
[42:34.840 --> 42:38.840] I don't have... My son is a degreed engineer.
[42:38.840 --> 43:01.840] And he agrees with me on most of my positions, but he cannot find it in himself to directly support what I'm doing because it would interfere with his ability to move forward in his career.
[43:01.840 --> 43:10.840] And that's understandable. You know, he went to college, spent a lot of time, a lot of effort in developing his career.
[43:10.840 --> 43:28.840] And now I come along and say, well, you know, these guys did something wrong and you need to be willing to sacrifice your career in order to correct something that you perceive to be wrong or incorrect or corrupt.
[43:28.840 --> 43:34.840] It is extremely difficult for most people to do that.
[43:34.840 --> 43:36.840] It's not what we did.
[43:36.840 --> 43:40.840] That's what we did and that's what Richard Gage did.
[43:40.840 --> 43:42.840] Richard Gage.
[43:42.840 --> 43:44.840] Richard Gage.
[43:44.840 --> 43:50.840] So that's the career. I'm sorry, Richard Gage. That's what Richard Gage did.
[43:50.840 --> 43:59.840] He essentially sacrificed the first half of his life in order to be the right people in practice.
[44:20.840 --> 44:27.840] And that's why we got the page to not come in today.
[44:27.840 --> 44:34.840] Through Shaw's interview on KSLRTV, it was also told by ATF agents that they had been paid to not come into work.
[44:34.840 --> 44:46.840] The ATF initially denied these claims and now variously claim that one of their agents was in a free falling elevator which has been disproven, or that they had been in an all night stick out, or that they had been in a golf tournament.
[44:46.840 --> 44:50.840] To sort out their lies, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning?
[44:50.840 --> 44:55.840] And if so, why did they not pass it on to others and memorials?
[44:55.840 --> 45:17.840] For more information, go to okcbombandtruth.com.
[45:25.840 --> 45:27.840] And now you can too.
[45:27.840 --> 45:33.840] Jurisdictionary was created by a licensed attorney with 22 years of case winning experience.
[45:33.840 --> 45:42.840] Even if you're not in a lawsuit, you can learn what everyone should understand about the principles and practices that control our American courts.
[45:42.840 --> 45:51.840] You'll receive our audio classroom, video seminar, tutorials, forms for civil cases, pro se tactics, and much more.

[46:52.840 --> 47:01.840] Welcome to the spotlight.
[47:01.840 --> 47:03.840] Break time in the section.
[47:03.840 --> 47:06.840] The hard work can lead you to all those nails.
[47:06.840 --> 47:09.840] And then how do they be touched and couldn't be?
[47:09.840 --> 47:12.840] A heavy load of cash but not scared.
[47:12.840 --> 47:15.840] The time is coming with the country.
[47:15.840 --> 47:18.840] You find out after a while.
[47:18.840 --> 47:23.840] Okay, we're back.
[47:23.840 --> 47:27.840] We're in the top episode of the curriculum of our radio.
[47:27.840 --> 47:35.840] And we were talking to Richard Gage of Architects and Engineers from Matt 11.
[47:35.840 --> 47:39.840] And if you hear a train in the background, pay no attention to it.
[47:39.840 --> 47:47.840] Sometimes we go to some serious lengths in order to be able to produce the show.
[47:47.840 --> 47:54.840] And in that context, technology is really great.
[47:54.840 --> 48:07.840] Because of technology, you're able to listen to a radio show that can be produced from anywhere on planet Earth.
[48:07.840 --> 48:17.840] Right now, Debra's in Austin, Eddie's in Austin, I'm in a small town north of Dallas, Fort Worth.
[48:17.840 --> 48:27.840] But using the same technology we're using here, I did the show from Australia.
[48:27.840 --> 48:34.840] And that was pretty incredible being able to do a live show from Australia.
[48:34.840 --> 48:39.840] For young people, that may not sound too incredible.
[48:39.840 --> 48:52.840] But for those of us who have been around a while, those of us who remember not only before there were cell phones,
[48:52.840 --> 48:58.840] but before there were computers.
[48:58.840 --> 49:08.840] We remember when you walked out the door of your house and got into your car and drove down the road.
[49:08.840 --> 49:15.840] You were absolutely completely alone and out of touch.
[49:15.840 --> 49:23.840] If your car failed and you broke down on the side of the highway, which happens a lot in those days,
[49:23.840 --> 49:30.840] then you had no way of contacting anyone.
[49:30.840 --> 49:37.840] And I suggest to those of you who are of the current generation,
[49:37.840 --> 49:42.840] you have no idea what it's like to be totally alone.
[49:42.840 --> 49:48.840] We have that understanding of what it's like to be alone.
[49:48.840 --> 49:57.840] And frankly, for me, it is amazing the level of technology we have today.
[49:57.840 --> 50:13.840] What is also amazing to me is that the information that is available for things like 9-11,
[50:13.840 --> 50:25.840] no information is available out there, but those people who are you and I and extraordinary individuals
[50:25.840 --> 50:30.840] who should be paid very close attention to it do not.
[50:30.840 --> 50:42.840] And this is something that Mr. Gage alluded to, but didn't address directly, is cognitive dissonance.
[50:42.840 --> 50:48.840] And I'm sure that Mr. Gage has to deal with that every day.
[50:48.840 --> 50:59.840] It does not matter how much evidence he produces to support his position.
[50:59.840 --> 51:07.840] It does not matter how undeniable that evidence is.
[51:07.840 --> 51:17.840] It is within the human nature not to accept that which we cannot process.
[51:17.840 --> 51:24.840] And he has been a number of years trying to condition the American public
[51:24.840 --> 51:31.840] to be able to process the lies the governments are feeding them.
[51:31.840 --> 51:33.840] I'm a combat veteran.
[51:33.840 --> 51:42.840] I was in Vietnam, and I think most people who are in Vietnam, because of the nature of the Vietnamese conflict,
[51:42.840 --> 51:57.840] because of the fact that we were in fact bad guys, that there is a tremendous amount of denial concerning the Vietnamese conflict.
[51:57.840 --> 52:07.840] When the government brought us into Iraq, Iran, or Iraq and Afghanistan,
[52:07.840 --> 52:18.840] and now they're pushing toward Iran, they did this because they had confidence
[52:18.840 --> 52:33.840] that anything that was presented to the American public in the standard media would be accepted by most people as true authorities.
[52:33.840 --> 52:54.840] Not because we thought it was true, because the consequences of the decision that it wasn't true were just far too difficult to contemplate.
[52:54.840 --> 53:08.840] If you look back in history, you will find that great change has never been affected by the will of the masses.
[53:08.840 --> 53:19.840] That is a presupposition that's been proposed to all of us that is simply not true.
[53:19.840 --> 53:29.840] Great change has always occurred because someone, some person stood up and said,
[53:29.840 --> 53:34.840] No more. No more.
[53:34.840 --> 53:42.840] I personally will not stand by and let this pass.
[53:42.840 --> 53:48.840] I suppose most of you have seen the movie Lord of the Rings.
[53:48.840 --> 54:03.840] There is a scene in there where the wizard is on this bridge and this large Chinese monster is coming to attack them all.
[54:03.840 --> 54:17.840] And he steps up on the precipice and he says, No more. You shall not pass.
[54:17.840 --> 54:32.840] There are very few of us who have stood up and said, You shall not pass. This will not happen.
[54:32.840 --> 54:39.840] And I've done it. Deborah's done it. Eddie's done it. Richard Gates has done it.
[54:39.840 --> 54:55.840] And I propose it to all our listeners is that most of you do not realize what an incredible opportunity this presents.
[54:55.840 --> 55:05.840] We have an opportunity at this time in history to do the right thing for the right reason.
[55:05.840 --> 55:21.840] We have an opportunity to set aside all of those influence as them and in pressures that are singular to us as an individual.
[55:21.840 --> 55:31.840] We have an opportunity to set those aside, do the right thing for the right reason.
[55:31.840 --> 55:44.840] I suspect that most of you listening know that recently I spent 28 days in jail. It's hard to take confinement.
[55:44.840 --> 55:50.840] And most of you think how bad that can be.
[55:50.840 --> 56:06.840] Well, everything is a matter of perspective. When you stand up and you do the right thing for the right reason, it is an opportunity.
[56:06.840 --> 56:25.840] Richard Gates offers to all of us an opportunity to stand up to our government and say, No more. Stop lying to us. Do what is right.
[56:25.840 --> 56:48.840] Richard Gates is a catalyst. He has brought 1700 professionals who have spent a lot of money to secure their degrees and their credentials so that they can become licensed professionals.
[56:48.840 --> 56:57.840] And they have all actually stood up and placed their careers on the line.
[56:57.840 --> 57:11.840] Not for some monetary gain somewhere down the road, but just because it was the right thing to do for the right reason.
[57:11.840 --> 57:26.840] And I'm sure that Deborah and Eddie will concur with me. That no matter the cost, no matter the difficulty, it is worth it.
[57:26.840 --> 57:34.840] I was here when WTPR-EN went down. That was the first network that Deborah and I broadcast on.
[57:34.840 --> 57:43.840] And when it failed, Deborah and I said, We have to do something. We have to keep this on the line.
[57:43.840 --> 57:58.840] And Deborah stepped up. And I can tell all of you, you have no idea at what she invested in keeping this on the air for you and I and each of us.
[57:58.840 --> 58:14.840] Let me continue on the other line. I know I sound like I'm preaching. I don't mean to preach, but Richard Gates offered this opportunity to talk about what is really most important.
[58:14.840 --> 58:28.840] This is really counter-departure. We're going to open our call-aligns after this break. We're going to the top of the airbreak.
[58:28.840 --> 58:49.840] The number is 512-646-1984. Give us a call if you have a comment or a question. I would prefer to stay on this issue, but if we have something together that's pressing, we will absolutely be happy to have it. We'll be right back.
[58:49.840 --> 59:06.840] The Bible remains the most popular book in the world, yet countless readers are frustrated because they struggle to understand it. Some new translations try to help by simplifying the text, but in the process can compromise the profound meaning of the Scripture.
[59:06.840 --> 59:27.840] Enter the recovery version. First, this new translation is extremely faithful and accurate, but the real story is the more than 9,000 explanatory footnotes. Difficult and profound passages are opened up in a marvelous way, providing an entrance into the riches of the Word beyond which you've ever experienced before.
[59:27.840 --> 59:50.840] Bibles for America would like to give you a free recovery version simply for the asking. This comprehensive yet compact study Bible is yours just by calling us toll-free at 1-888-551-0102 or by ordering online at freestudybible.com. That's freestudybible.com.
[59:50.840 --> 59:59.840] You're listening to the Logos Radio Network at LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[59:59.840 --> 01:00:13.840] What's the sweetest sound? Your name, of course. So stores that want to become your best buddies may soon be calling out to you if you let them know who you are. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you more in just a moment.
[01:00:13.840 --> 01:00:24.840] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:00:24.840 --> 01:00:32.840] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.

[01:00:42.840 --> 01:00:54.840] Disney stores want to call you by name as you stroll past the front windows of their mall shops. Their plan involves secretly reading your credit cards, that is, if you're naive enough to carry ones that contain RFID tags.
[01:00:54.840 --> 01:01:09.840] RFID, or Radio Frequency Identification, is a technology that uses tiny computer chips to track items from a distance. I call them spy chips because they share your unique ID numbers using radio waves that can travel right through your purse or wallet.
[01:01:09.840 --> 01:01:20.840] Disney is hoping to dazzle consumers with their technical savvy, but I'm guessing their invasive plans will have consumers demanding spy chip-free credit cards, and a lot more respect for their privacy.
[01:01:20.840 --> 01:01:43.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:01:43.840 --> 01:01:54.840] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again, and once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:01:54.840 --> 01:02:12.840] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy, it's worth hanging on to. This message is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing. Start over with StartPage.
[01:02:12.840 --> 01:02:24.840] The Amazon Kindle offers portability and convenience, but at a high cost to your privacy. See, when you use a Kindle, Amazon tracks everything you read and even records which passages you highlight.
[01:02:24.840 --> 01:02:31.840] The government finds these records very interesting and has sought the identities of thousands of people who have bought books through Amazon.
[01:02:31.840 --> 01:02:44.840] Your e-books can also vanish down the memory hole. Kindle owners learned this the hard way when Amazon remotely deleted their copies of George Orwell's 1984 over a copyright dispute. Ah, the irony.
[01:02:44.840 --> 01:02:51.840] So next time you want to lose yourself in a good old-fashioned book, make a paper. Nobody's watching, and your book will still be there in the morning.
[01:02:51.840 --> 01:03:00.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:03:00.840 --> 01:03:11.840] Looking for some truth? You found it. LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:03:30.840 --> 01:03:42.840] Okay, we're back. We're in the Celtic district. It's crazy. We've got radio.
[01:03:42.840 --> 01:03:53.840] And on the break, I was told that I seemed like I was a little bit out of sorts, and I am.
[01:03:53.840 --> 01:04:07.840] This is the week after Memorial Day. And frankly for me, Memorial Day is always a really black day.
[01:04:07.840 --> 01:04:16.840] We have, most of us, treat Memorial Day as a holiday. I don't.
[01:04:16.840 --> 01:04:33.840] Memorial Day means a tremendous amount to me. And perhaps that's why I was so affected by Richard Gage and the price he paid and continues to pay to do what he does.
[01:04:33.840 --> 01:04:48.840] Most of us, we listen sort of academically. We have an academic understanding of what people have paid for the rights and freedoms we enjoy.
[01:04:48.840 --> 01:05:10.840] But we have no real personal investment in that. And I especially appreciate Mr. Gage because he chose to do what he did, not because someone told him he was the right thing to do,
[01:05:10.840 --> 01:05:27.840] but because his heart told him he was the right thing to do. Last Monday was Memorial Day. And for me, Memorial Day is always a dark day.
[01:05:27.840 --> 01:05:51.840] So if I seem a little bit out of sorts, that may be part of the reason I'm here because of Memorial Day. And I would hope that those of us listening would place more importance into Memorial Day
[01:05:51.840 --> 01:06:11.840] than just a holiday where you get to have a barbecue. There are a lot of people who paid a tremendous price to do the right thing for the right reasons.
[01:06:11.840 --> 01:06:27.840] And we owe it to them to give them credibility and acceptance for what they've paid. It's a personal thing to me, so it's a little bit emotional.
[01:06:27.840 --> 01:06:35.840] So I'm going to go away from that. And I'm going to talk about what we've been doing in the mortgage area.
[01:06:35.840 --> 01:06:57.840] I realized that we started this show, when I first began the show, based on due process. And we still do due process. And we put together a number of procedures from the due process perspective on how to protect your rights.
[01:06:57.840 --> 01:07:19.840] But in the last couple of years, this issue of the mortgage crisis has loomed as a more and more serious problem. We have a tremendous amount of people in incredible difficulty.
[01:07:19.840 --> 01:07:33.840] And if we talk about 9-11, I think that the mortgage crisis may be as bad as not worse in the overall scheme of things than 9-11.
[01:07:33.840 --> 01:07:49.840] Because 9-11 was absolutely a horrendous criminal act against the American public and against those people who were injured in the occurrences.
[01:07:49.840 --> 01:08:04.840] The mortgage crisis has the potential of reducing the United States to third world nation status for the next generation.
[01:08:04.840 --> 01:08:23.840] And while it's not accompanied with a horrendous explosion and a graphic collapse of three prominent buildings, it could well be of greater importance.
[01:08:23.840 --> 01:08:38.840] And it's hard to find a way to get the ordinary people who are not in this situation to focus on how important this issue is.
[01:08:38.840 --> 01:08:45.840] 95% of the American public are not in a mortgage crisis.
[01:08:45.840 --> 01:08:53.840] So we're moving along, we're going to work every day, we're collecting our paychecks and we're paying our bills.
[01:08:53.840 --> 01:09:04.840] And we see those people who are not paying their bills and we say, well, what is your problem? I'm able to pay my bills, why aren't you able to pay your bills?
[01:09:04.840 --> 01:09:19.840] So trying to find empathy and understanding for a problem that is far more serious than an individual not being able to pay his bills is a bit difficult.
[01:09:19.840 --> 01:09:28.840] So I'm trying to find a way to put this in a perspective so that everybody understands how important it is.
[01:09:28.840 --> 01:09:48.840] The mortgage crisis has created a situation to where most anyone who currently has a mortgage is in a position such that even if they pay off their mortgage,
[01:09:48.840 --> 01:09:58.840] even if you're able to meet your payments every month and you think, oh, well, I'm just fine, I'm okay. No, you're not okay.
[01:09:58.840 --> 01:10:12.840] Because there is a landmine laying in wait for you. I have a very close friend, his name is Gary Lott, he lives in San Antonio.
[01:10:12.840 --> 01:10:32.840] He recently paid off his mortgage and then he sent a request to Wells Fargo and asked Wells Fargo to return to him his original note that he signed.
[01:10:32.840 --> 01:10:45.840] You know, most of those who are a little bit older who remember the time before all this electronic banking,
[01:10:45.840 --> 01:10:53.840] when the time when you didn't pay for something with a debit card but you paid for it with a written check,
[01:10:53.840 --> 01:11:09.840] when you wrote out a check and handed it to a vendor, the grocery store, anyone who you had to pay something to, you gave me a check.
[01:11:09.840 --> 01:11:20.840] They would present that check to the bank. The bank would honor the check. It is a promissory note.
[01:11:20.840 --> 01:11:29.840] You'd give him a promise to pay and the bank would return that check to you.
[01:11:29.840 --> 01:11:43.840] You know, I spent most of my growing up with a checking account and I would write checks and the bank would cast the checks
[01:11:43.840 --> 01:11:51.840] and they would send that check back to me. I'd get this envelope in the mail with a whole stack of checks in it.
[01:11:51.840 --> 01:12:05.840] All the checks that I written, I had in my hand and for the last 200 years, if you entered into a mortgage agreement
[01:12:05.840 --> 01:12:17.840] and you wrote out a promissory note, when you extinguished the note, when you met all the conditions of the note,
[01:12:17.840 --> 01:12:28.840] the lender would give that note back to you and it was a common practice in the United States to have mortgage-burning parties.
[01:12:28.840 --> 01:12:39.840] They have a big party. Everybody come by and they build a big bonfire and you would take this note and throw it in the fire
[01:12:39.840 --> 01:12:47.840] and the reason you would do that is this extinguishes the note forever.
[01:12:47.840 --> 01:12:52.840] No one can ever come back and make a claim on this note.
[01:12:52.840 --> 01:13:03.840] Well, in 1999, the legislature repealed the Glass-Steagall Act.
[01:13:03.840 --> 01:13:10.840] The Glass-Steagall Act was passed after the 1929 Depression.
[01:13:10.840 --> 01:13:27.840] It was passed in order to forbid the banks from investing in the stock market or the securities market.
[01:13:27.840 --> 01:13:40.840] It forbids them from taking the monies that their depositors had deposited in their banks and speculating with them on the open market.
[01:13:40.840 --> 01:13:47.840] And this was to prevent another depression like the one that occurred in 1929.
[01:13:47.840 --> 01:13:53.840] In 1999, the legislature removed that restriction.
[01:13:53.840 --> 01:13:57.840] They repealed the Glass-Steagall Act.
[01:13:57.840 --> 01:14:13.840] And then in the year 2000, they repealed the prohibition against derivatives that was put in place in 1907 after the stock market crash in 1907.
[01:14:13.840 --> 01:14:25.840] Two primary pieces of legislation that protected us through most of the first century, the 19th century.
[01:14:25.840 --> 01:14:30.840] In 1999, the Glass-Steagall Act was repealed in the year 2000.
[01:14:30.840 --> 01:14:35.840] The restriction on derivatives was repealed.
[01:14:35.840 --> 01:14:46.840] It took the banksters and the money changers, as referred to in the Bible, eight years to crash the market the second time.
[01:14:46.840 --> 01:14:55.840] And this particular crash was absolutely engineered.
[01:14:55.840 --> 01:15:02.840] It was intended to cause the exact result that it caused.
[01:15:02.840 --> 01:15:08.840] It allowed those people that are behind the banks.
[01:15:08.840 --> 01:15:18.840] Most of us think of the banks as the primary economic force, but they are not.
[01:15:18.840 --> 01:15:22.840] The banks are financed by another group.
[01:15:22.840 --> 01:15:27.840] In this program, we don't talk about conspiracies.
[01:15:27.840 --> 01:15:40.840] But this keeps coming up. We can't hide from this, the Bilderbergs, the Rothschilds, and the other very prominent law, old money.
[01:15:40.840 --> 01:15:46.840] It appears from my research, have engineered this crisis.
[01:15:46.840 --> 01:15:56.840] They engineered this crisis in a way such that they could extract from you the beneficial interest in your property, all the equity you build up in your property.
[01:15:56.840 --> 01:16:04.840] For closure, you take your property away from you and then sell it back to you.
[01:16:04.840 --> 01:16:10.840] And they did it in a way that was horrendously criminal.
[01:16:10.840 --> 01:16:22.840] But they used Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and other large banks to hide their criminal activity.
[01:16:22.840 --> 01:16:32.840] We're about to go to a break, and I'll go to how they did this on the other side and what the next steps are preparing to take.
[01:16:32.840 --> 01:16:40.840] So, that will predict what's going to happen, and you'll see if my prediction is accurate.
[01:16:40.840 --> 01:16:44.840] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Steele, and Craig, a group of law radio.
[01:16:44.840 --> 01:16:51.840] We'll be right back on the other side, and I'll talk about where I believe things are going and what you can do.
[01:16:51.840 --> 01:16:59.840] To circumvent, we'll be right back.

[01:19:24.840 --> 01:19:34.120] I was blindsided, but now I can see you in my eyes You put the fear in my pockets, took
[01:19:34.120 --> 01:19:39.320] the money from my head Ain't gonna fool me with that same old truth
[01:19:39.320 --> 01:19:46.200] Okay, we're back when it comes to Stephen Bader Craig with the radio and I've been moving
[01:19:46.200 --> 01:19:56.760] toward a point is that it may well be that this mortgage issue is the most important
[01:19:56.760 --> 01:20:05.560] issue looming before us at the moment. We have, you know, when I first started researching
[01:20:05.560 --> 01:20:15.400] the mortgage issue, it appears as though those banks, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan
[01:20:15.400 --> 01:20:21.800] Chase, Deutsche Bank, those dirty rotten scoundrels, they were trying to screw everybody.
[01:20:23.080 --> 01:20:29.720] But the more I dug into the issue, the more it became clear that there is something else
[01:20:29.720 --> 01:20:38.840] going on. Now, if you listen to our show on a regular basis, you will be clear that I'm now
[01:20:38.840 --> 01:20:53.080] new Alex Jones. Alex Jones talks about the overall political perspective. He talks about what all is
[01:20:53.080 --> 01:21:03.720] going on and all of these apparent conspiracies. And I'll be frank with you, I hate those.
[01:21:03.720 --> 01:21:15.080] I've listened to Alex Jones, but it is so hard for me because I don't want to accept that everything
[01:21:15.080 --> 01:21:30.440] is contrived. My problem is everything seems to point back in that direction as much as I don't
[01:21:30.440 --> 01:21:37.800] want it to point in that direction. It does. Well, Randy, I think probably the main issue
[01:21:37.800 --> 01:21:42.360] that you have is that everything he says is actually absolutely factual and true.
[01:21:43.000 --> 01:21:47.160] And nothing he talks about is a conspiracy theory. Nothing he talks about is a theory.
[01:21:48.680 --> 01:21:55.080] He doesn't talk about theories. He talks about facts and proves them. I know. I know. And my
[01:21:55.080 --> 01:22:05.000] problem with Alex Jones is I keep running into my own cognitive dissonance. He tells all these
[01:22:05.000 --> 01:22:13.320] things and I absolutely believe everything he says is true. But I so do not want to believe it.
[01:22:14.360 --> 01:22:23.480] I do not want to believe that there is this core of individuals, this old money
[01:22:23.480 --> 01:22:34.520] and the Rothschilds, the big Bilderbergs, who have controlled the primary wealth of the world
[01:22:34.520 --> 01:22:41.800] for the last several hundred years. I don't want to believe that they have pretty well manipulated
[01:22:41.800 --> 01:22:50.840] everything. But doggone it, all of the information I keep coming across keeps going back at that.
[01:22:50.840 --> 01:22:56.920] I used to think that the banks were the bad guys. And now I'm beginning to believe that they are not.
[01:22:56.920 --> 01:23:04.040] They're just pawns like the rest of us. Behind the banks, there are those with the real money,
[01:23:04.040 --> 01:23:14.360] with the real power, and they have manipulated the banks. And JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, Bank of America,
[01:23:14.360 --> 01:23:25.640] Deutsche Bank are just as much pawns in the system as you and I. That there are the real money
[01:23:26.440 --> 01:23:34.440] people behind all of this. And what I think is happening now is that these people have
[01:23:34.440 --> 01:23:46.280] manipulated the banks to defraud all of us, take our property from us, extract the equity we have
[01:23:46.280 --> 01:23:54.120] built up in our properties from us, and then take those same properties and sell it back to us.
[01:23:54.120 --> 01:24:02.840] And when the fact of their fraud begins to come to light, the banks they use to perpetrate the
[01:24:02.840 --> 01:24:13.080] fraud, they will collapse. JPMorgan Chase just admitted to a several billion dollar mistake.
[01:24:14.920 --> 01:24:24.840] Give me a break. That is no mistake. That is a deliberate contrivance to provide
[01:24:24.840 --> 01:24:36.920] plausible deniability when the real money people behind JPMorgan collapses JPMorgan.
[01:24:39.080 --> 01:24:47.000] What I see happening is the people behind all of this, the real shakers and movers,
[01:24:47.000 --> 01:24:57.320] are, use this two, four, six billion dollar fupa on the part of JPMorgan. Oh, we made this
[01:24:58.200 --> 01:25:05.960] incredible mistake, horse manure. Didn't make any mistake. This is their method for extracting
[01:25:05.960 --> 01:25:14.920] the value out of JPMorgan so that they can then collapse JPMorgan. If you will look around,
[01:25:14.920 --> 01:25:25.240] you will find new banks cropping up all over the place. And what I see happening is the people
[01:25:25.240 --> 01:25:35.000] behind the banks, the real elephants in the corner, are extracting the value out of the banks so
[01:25:35.000 --> 01:25:41.240] that they can collapse the banks and then using the money they're drawing out of these banks
[01:25:41.240 --> 01:25:48.920] to create banks that are in competition with them. So that when they collapse JPMorgan,
[01:25:48.920 --> 01:25:55.480] Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, they'll have all these small banks all over the country
[01:25:56.600 --> 01:26:06.280] that they'll begin to conglomerate and accumulate together and replace these large banks with new
[01:26:06.280 --> 01:26:15.160] banks that don't have the liability that the old banks did. So they use these banks to defraud the
[01:26:15.160 --> 01:26:23.800] American public and then they'll just dissolve these banks, dissolve the liability, take the money
[01:26:23.800 --> 01:26:30.680] they took out of these banks and the money they stole from us, use that to establish new banks,
[01:26:30.680 --> 01:26:38.440] conglomerate those banks together and be back where they were to start with without the liability
[01:26:38.440 --> 01:26:52.760] of the old banks. If you are not concerned, you absolutely should be. Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran,
[01:26:52.760 --> 01:27:04.200] North Korea, they are as nothing compared to the threat that is posed before all of us personally
[01:27:04.200 --> 01:27:12.520] and individually by these conniving individuals who are the true elephants in the corner.
[01:27:12.520 --> 01:27:24.360] Now I realize it's not nice to bring up a problem of this severity and nature without having an
[01:27:24.360 --> 01:27:33.240] answer. And for that point I have to apologize. I don't have an answer. I don't know how to fix this.
[01:27:33.240 --> 01:27:42.600] I do know how to go after the banks and kick their behinds everywhere from Sunday.
[01:27:42.760 --> 01:27:48.760] But in doing that, I'm not naive enough to think that the banks are the real problems.
[01:27:49.720 --> 01:27:55.640] And just by going and beating up the banks, I'm not naive enough to think that that's going to
[01:27:55.640 --> 01:28:07.000] fix this problem. And Lee and Leslie, I see you on there. I will get you in a moment, but there
[01:28:07.000 --> 01:28:13.640] is something I need to address based on the research I have been doing. There are remedies,
[01:28:13.640 --> 01:28:20.760] there are individual remedies, and every individual remedy will add toward a more
[01:28:20.760 --> 01:28:31.480] social and pervasive remedy. But you and I, and all of us, need to look more closely at those powers
[01:28:31.480 --> 01:28:38.600] behind the apparent powers and see if we can find a long-term solution.
[01:28:43.080 --> 01:28:49.800] I don't know how to get to these guys yet. I know how to get to the banks. And when I come back on
[01:28:49.800 --> 01:28:57.080] the other side, I'm going to talk about going after the banks, not based on statute, you know,
[01:28:57.080 --> 01:29:04.520] in doing the research and doing this show and other shows and talking to people about what's
[01:29:04.520 --> 01:29:11.640] going on in the primary legal researchers around the country. Everybody seems to be going after
[01:29:12.360 --> 01:29:19.160] statutory violations. But in my research, I'm beginning to believe that that is not the
[01:29:19.160 --> 01:29:26.680] place to go. The place to go is contractual violations. And when we come back on the other
[01:29:26.680 --> 01:29:34.360] side, I'll talk about the contractual violations. Specifically, when I come back, I'll talk about
[01:29:35.960 --> 01:29:43.000] the district attorney in Dallas County who has sued the lenders, the mares for all the money
[01:29:43.000 --> 01:29:52.520] paid to the courts and the cataclyrics and why that suit is frivolous and why it will
[01:29:52.520 --> 01:29:58.840] benefit us. If she's ready to count down the suits in the crag with low radio, we'll be right back.
[01:30:00.040 --> 01:30:05.960] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. The government
[01:30:05.960 --> 01:30:11.400] says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a
[01:30:11.400 --> 01:30:15.960] controlled demolition. Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. Thousands

[01:32:30.200 --> 01:32:43.240] I know what I've been talking about very recently. Most of the time, I talk about
[01:32:44.520 --> 01:32:56.040] problems affecting us today, right now at the moment. And the problem I'm having is that in doing
[01:32:56.040 --> 01:33:07.720] this research, there is something that keeps coming up that indicates that there's an influence beyond
[01:33:08.600 --> 01:33:15.480] what I'm dealing with. I'm dealing with the specifics. And I mentioned Alex Jones earlier.
[01:33:15.480 --> 01:33:26.760] And the problem with Alex Jones is he's white. There is something far more pervasive going on.
[01:33:29.480 --> 01:33:36.200] But with that said, and to Alex's credit, he says, you know, I don't have the solutions.
[01:33:36.840 --> 01:33:39.880] You know, I'm showing you what the problems are, but I don't have the solutions.
[01:33:39.880 --> 01:33:50.600] And I'm hoping that what I'm going to present goes to a solution. We do have to go to the specifics
[01:33:50.600 --> 01:33:58.600] to get through the solution to the more general. But I would hope that we never lose sight of the
[01:33:58.600 --> 01:34:07.000] facts, that there is something more heinous going on than just these banks trying to screw us out
[01:34:07.000 --> 01:34:17.640] of our equity. If we get caught up in going after the banks, then we get caught up in the kind of
[01:34:17.640 --> 01:34:28.200] propaganda that governments has always proposed to their specific populations. Governments always
[01:34:28.200 --> 01:34:40.200] try to create a enemy that they can focus everybody on so that people don't pay attention to the
[01:34:40.200 --> 01:34:48.360] government who is weeding the problem. So what I talked about before was going to the fact that
[01:34:49.080 --> 01:34:55.720] while I will be going after the banks and individual lenders, I fully understand that
[01:34:55.720 --> 01:35:02.120] they are not the real problem. The problem is more pervasive. So now we're going to go to
[01:35:03.480 --> 01:35:11.080] the research that I've been doing recently concerning the mortgage issue. And we just had,
[01:35:11.080 --> 01:35:18.600] I just had someone who works with me go to David Krieger's seminar in Austin.
[01:35:18.600 --> 01:35:28.520] David Krieger wrote the book, Clouded Title, and he is very knowledgeable on what the banks
[01:35:29.480 --> 01:35:37.560] and the lenders have done in the mortgage industry the last few years. He spends most of his time
[01:35:37.560 --> 01:35:46.360] training lawyers in how to attack these issues. But in looking at it, what came to me recently,
[01:35:46.360 --> 01:35:56.600] what seemed to just come out of the information is that everybody is going after these issues based
[01:35:56.600 --> 01:36:09.240] on statute, based on the written law. And sometimes it's hard to get your perspective right and
[01:36:09.240 --> 01:36:18.280] beginning to think that solution to this problem is not in the written law. It's in the contract.
[01:36:20.680 --> 01:36:29.560] We are, if we have a mortgage, you entered into a contract. If you have a mortgage and you are
[01:36:29.560 --> 01:36:43.480] in a judicial state, you entered into a loan agreement with a lender. And the lender secured
[01:36:43.480 --> 01:36:51.320] a warranty deed in your name and gave you the warranty deed. And in return for the warranty deed,
[01:36:51.320 --> 01:36:58.600] you gave the lender a promise to pay, a promissory note. But the lender said, well, that's not enough.
[01:36:59.960 --> 01:37:07.400] With the promissory note, if you fail to perform on the note, the lender had a claim against you.
[01:37:08.200 --> 01:37:16.840] He could sue you in the court and get the court to grant him a judgment against you. But he said,
[01:37:16.840 --> 01:37:27.560] that's not enough. I provided to you a warranty deed that allowed you to take possession of
[01:37:27.560 --> 01:37:36.040] real property and place that property in your name. I am concerned that you may create liens or
[01:37:36.040 --> 01:37:42.760] claims against that property so that my claim against you would not be adjudicatable.
[01:37:42.760 --> 01:37:52.360] So, in order for me to produce the warranty deed for you, I'm going to ask you to agree that you
[01:37:52.360 --> 01:38:02.440] will not allow any incumbrances against this property without consulting me first. Because,
[01:38:02.440 --> 01:38:09.080] ultimately, this property is my collateral. And if you create a claim against my collateral,
[01:38:09.080 --> 01:38:20.360] you diminish the my collateral base. That's the first part of the mortgage agreement.
[01:38:21.640 --> 01:38:30.520] The second part of the mortgage agreement is that you grant the lender a claim against the
[01:38:30.520 --> 01:38:36.680] property, not just you. But the lender could file a claim directly against the property. He can go
[01:38:36.680 --> 01:38:46.040] to the court and ask the court to grant him a claim against the property. No matter if he would
[01:38:46.040 --> 01:38:54.280] only have a claim against you, he could sue you, get a judgment, and then ask the court to order
[01:38:54.280 --> 01:38:59.640] the liquidation of your property in order to satisfy the judgment. But for the lender, that
[01:38:59.640 --> 01:39:06.840] wasn't sufficient because, in the interim, you could create liens against that property
[01:39:06.840 --> 01:39:14.520] that he could not overcome. So, he asked you to write him a claim against the property.
[01:39:15.480 --> 01:39:23.640] And that's what the mortgage is. It allows the lender to sue against the property itself.
[01:39:23.640 --> 01:39:30.840] It allows the lender to file an in-rim action against the property. In-rim means not against
[01:39:30.840 --> 01:39:42.600] an individual, but against property. If you are in a non-judicial state, not only did you grant
[01:39:42.600 --> 01:39:52.200] a claim against the property, you also confessed a judgment. So, the lender doesn't have to go to
[01:39:52.200 --> 01:40:01.640] the court and file suit against the property and then get the court to grant him a claim again,
[01:40:01.640 --> 01:40:09.800] a judgment against the property. You confessed the judgment. So, the judgment already exists
[01:40:09.800 --> 01:40:16.920] as a matter of contract. And the lender, all he needs to do is express the confessed judgment.
[01:40:16.920 --> 01:40:27.960] Normally, confessed judgments go to a charge called campreties. And normally, that's illegal.
[01:40:28.920 --> 01:40:36.760] But in this special case, the borrower, the lenders, lobbied the legislatures and got the
[01:40:36.760 --> 01:40:47.320] legislatures to grant this exemption to campreties and allow the lender to accept the confessed
[01:40:47.320 --> 01:40:53.560] judgment against the property. So, if you fail to perform on the contract, the lender could simply
[01:40:53.560 --> 01:41:07.560] go straight to foreclosure with no judicial intervention. Well, you grant it that privilege based
[01:41:07.560 --> 01:41:16.120] on certain conditions. If you have a deed of trust, or even if you have a mortgage, if you
[01:41:16.120 --> 01:41:24.280] look at, if you open your mortgage and look at paragraph 19 or 20 or 21, it varies somewhat
[01:41:24.280 --> 01:41:34.760] state to state. Basically, a mortgage and a deed of trust are both standard documents produced by
[01:41:34.760 --> 01:41:45.800] Fannie Mae Freddieback as a standard form. And so, generally 19, 20, 21, you will wind up with this
[01:41:45.800 --> 01:41:57.000] provision. You granted the lender a privilege. You granted the lender the privilege of a claim
[01:41:57.000 --> 01:42:07.960] against your property and a confessed judgment under certain conditions. Most of the people
[01:42:07.960 --> 01:42:14.760] that I've seen so far in doing the research who go after the lender, go after the lender based
[01:42:14.760 --> 01:42:25.080] on statute. But I'm more inclined to look back to the original contractual agreement
[01:42:25.080 --> 01:42:33.720] that closing you entered into a contractual agreement by signing the note and by signing the
[01:42:33.720 --> 01:42:43.160] deed of trust or the mortgage. But when you signed the deed of trust or the mortgage,
[01:42:43.160 --> 01:42:55.960] you agreed to grant the privilege of a claim against the property and or a confessed judgment
[01:42:55.960 --> 01:43:04.760] against the property under certain very specific conditions. And you'll generally find that in
[01:43:04.760 --> 01:43:11.480] paragraph 19, 20 or 21. And depending on how the mortgage or deed of trust is put together,
[01:43:11.480 --> 01:43:17.640] it landed one of these three paragraphs. And it's the paragraph that authorizes the
[01:43:17.640 --> 01:43:29.560] borrower to sell a portion of the note or the entire note bracket together with this
[01:43:30.280 --> 01:43:37.560] security instrument close bracket. And this security instrument specifically
[01:43:37.560 --> 01:43:44.520] refers to the deed of trust or the mortgage. This is Randy Caldera, student at Craigbrook
[01:43:44.520 --> 01:43:51.080] Radio. I'm sorry for holding up the callers. Lee and Leslie, I see you there. I'll finish
[01:43:51.080 --> 01:43:57.560] these up quickly on the other side and then we'll go to call us. I'll call in number 5126461984
[01:43:58.440 --> 01:44:03.000] and we'll be right back. Hey, did you hear Ron Paul's announcement he's running for president in
[01:44:03.000 --> 01:44:07.960] 2012? It's Ron Paul. Really? Okay, put down the cell phone for one minute. Your friends really
[01:44:07.960 --> 01:44:11.400] don't care about your Twitter updates on what you had for breakfast. Oh, but I love to make those
[01:44:11.400 --> 01:44:16.200] little smiley faces with punctuation marks. Of course you do. Now listen closely, you need to go
[01:44:16.200 --> 01:44:20.200] down to Brave New Books and learn as much as you can about Ron Paul and his message before it's too
[01:44:20.200 --> 01:44:24.600] late. They have all of his books and many of the books he talks about. They also have t-shirts,
[01:44:24.600 --> 01:44:28.280] bumper stickers and yard signs so that you can show your support for him during the campaign.
[01:44:28.280 --> 01:44:33.400] Brave New Books. Do they have Harry Potter and Twilight? No, but they do carry a large selection
[01:44:33.400 --> 01:44:37.720] of survival and preparedness books to protect your family in time of emergency. Oh, that sounds
[01:44:37.720 --> 01:44:41.800] like that's shown the Discovery Channel. Yeah, there's even a wilderness survival expert that
[01:44:41.800 --> 01:44:47.160] teaches classes called Earthskill School that you can sign up for on the website bravenewbookstore.com.
[01:44:47.160 --> 01:44:51.400] What are you doing? I'm tweeting all my friends that they should go to bravenewbookstore.com or
[01:44:51.400 --> 01:44:56.120] down to the bookstore in person. Where's it located? 1904 Guadalupe Street. There, it's
[01:44:56.120 --> 01:45:03.400] set. I even made a smiley face. Great. Are you the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit?

[01:46:21.400 --> 01:46:27.960] Ready to talk? There seems to be a great group of video and I know I kind of went around in
[01:46:27.960 --> 01:46:41.240] what seems like a circle, but it's not. I'm concerned that we would focus our frustration
[01:46:41.240 --> 01:46:53.240] on the wrong parties. The powers that we have tended to project the banks as the villain.
[01:46:55.240 --> 01:47:01.880] And always what the government tells you something from my experience in Vietnam dealing with spooks,
[01:47:03.800 --> 01:47:08.200] they would come in, they would run all of their little spook games,
[01:47:08.200 --> 01:47:14.600] create an incredible amount of problems, and then they would disappear and leave us to clean up
[01:47:14.600 --> 01:47:23.240] after them. I came to understand that anything the government tells you is a lie. They were
[01:47:23.240 --> 01:47:29.720] lied to you when the truth would do better because they're so used to lying to us because they think
[01:47:29.720 --> 01:47:41.400] we're just Ken fodder. Those powers that are behind the banks are behind the government
[01:47:42.840 --> 01:47:48.680] and most everything you think you see is not the way you think it is.
[01:47:51.080 --> 01:47:58.200] With that said, if you're in a mortgage situation, you still have to deal with the banks
[01:47:58.200 --> 01:48:07.480] even if the banks are part of this same fraud and have been drawn into it the same as you.
[01:48:08.600 --> 01:48:15.880] There's no need to go after the banks out of anger but just out of utility. It is the right
[01:48:15.880 --> 01:48:23.080] thing to do and it's the thing we have to do. So with that said, go back to the premise that we
[01:48:23.080 --> 01:48:33.160] don't go after them based so much on statute. I hear a lot of people quoting GIFTCPA Fairdeck
[01:48:33.160 --> 01:48:39.480] Collections Practices Act, Truths and Lending Act, Greed Estates Settlement Procedures Act,
[01:48:39.480 --> 01:48:44.440] and on and on and on. This is not where we're going to get them. Where we're going to get them is
[01:48:44.440 --> 01:48:57.240] in the contract. The bank agreed at closing that they could sell the note or partial interest in
[01:48:57.240 --> 01:49:04.200] the note or the entire note together with the security instrument if you will go to the county
[01:49:04.200 --> 01:49:09.640] registrar and pull the documents that are filed with the county registrar's office.
[01:49:09.640 --> 01:49:16.360] You will almost certainly find a deed of trust. I'm sorry. You will almost certainly find a warranty
[01:49:16.360 --> 01:49:25.000] deed transferring the property to your ownership. Sometimes it'll come with a lien attached to it.
[01:49:25.000 --> 01:49:31.480] Now the lien will be the deed of trust. If the lien is not attached to the warranty deed,
[01:49:31.480 --> 01:49:40.280] it will be filed separately as a claim against the property. The deed of trust authorizes the lender
[01:49:41.000 --> 01:49:45.320] to sell a portion of the note or the entire note together with the security instrument.
[01:49:46.040 --> 01:49:54.760] If you will look at the documentation, you will find that the lender immediately after
[01:49:54.760 --> 01:50:04.680] consummation of the note negotiated the note to one party and transferred the deed of trust to a
[01:50:04.680 --> 01:50:12.920] second to a separate party in direct violation of the specific covenant in the note in either
[01:50:12.920 --> 01:50:19.960] paragraph 19, 20, 21 depending on the note or mortgage, which authorized the lender to transfer
[01:50:19.960 --> 01:50:27.080] to negotiate the note together with the security instrument. We don't have to go to statute.
[01:50:28.200 --> 01:50:38.760] We can do this strictly in the commercial realm. This is a commercial situation, not a criminal.
[01:50:38.760 --> 01:50:47.480] There may be criminal aspects, but the way to adjudicate it is the lender at closing,
[01:50:47.480 --> 01:51:00.600] especially if you have MERS included in your note intended to repudiate the contract established
[01:51:00.600 --> 01:51:10.920] under the deed of trust. He intended to repudiate the contract by violating the restriction in
[01:51:10.920 --> 01:51:17.160] the contract that the note only be negotiated together with the security instrument. If MERS
[01:51:17.160 --> 01:51:26.840] is included in your note, MERS was included because the lender intended to negotiate the note to one
[01:51:26.840 --> 01:51:35.960] party and the deed of trust to a second party. The note was negotiated into a pool which was then
[01:51:35.960 --> 01:51:46.280] bundled into a pass-through trust. The security instrument was transferred to a
[01:51:47.000 --> 01:51:57.800] servicer. This is in direct violation of the provisions of the contract. If a party to a
[01:51:57.800 --> 01:52:09.320] contract breaches a provision of the contract under contract law, that party repudiates the
[01:52:09.320 --> 01:52:19.400] contract which creates an agreed rescission of the contract. And this is where we're going,
[01:52:19.400 --> 01:52:29.080] not to hope to arrest the FDCPA or anything else. We're going to the fact that the lender
[01:52:30.440 --> 01:52:42.920] intended at closing when he agreed to the closing documents by providing you with a deed of trust.
[01:52:42.920 --> 01:52:53.640] And I say it this way because most people will look at the closing documents and say,
[01:52:53.640 --> 01:53:02.280] well, the deed of trust was not signed by the lender. And I'll say the deed of trust does not
[01:53:02.280 --> 01:53:09.160] need to be signed by the lender. You signed the deed of trust and consequent to your
[01:53:09.160 --> 01:53:17.000] affirmation of the deed of trust. The lender provided you with a warranted deed which is
[01:53:17.000 --> 01:53:24.520] consideration. A contract is not a contract until something of value has changed hands.
[01:53:25.480 --> 01:53:32.360] Based on your signature on the deed of trust, the lender provided you with a warranted deed.
[01:53:32.360 --> 01:53:40.520] And that consummated the contract. But you have evidence to indicate that at
[01:53:40.520 --> 01:53:47.720] conservation of the contract, the lender fully intended to breach the confidence of the contract
[01:53:47.720 --> 01:53:56.360] contained in the paragraph 19, 20, 21. And thereby repudiated the contract and that
[01:53:56.360 --> 01:54:07.720] repudiation acts as a statutory agreement to recension of the contract. And if you find that
[01:54:07.720 --> 01:54:17.240] the lender did in fact securitize your note, then you go to the either county or district,
[01:54:17.240 --> 01:54:27.160] whichever is the court of jurisdiction in your state. And you move the court to rule that.
[01:54:28.200 --> 01:54:34.520] The deed of trust is void. Now, very quickly, I'm going to try to finish this up on this segment.
[01:54:35.560 --> 01:54:43.880] What that means is, is this privilege that you granted to the lender, the privilege of making
[01:54:43.880 --> 01:54:51.000] a claim against the property instead of just you. And the privilege in a non-Jewish state
[01:54:51.000 --> 01:54:59.160] of exercising a confessed judgment is now void. Because they breached that part of the contract.
[01:55:00.200 --> 01:55:05.800] Now, this does not in any way lessen the claim of the lender against the borrower.
[01:55:05.800 --> 01:55:14.840] Personally. But it does eliminate the claim of the lender against the property.
[01:55:16.440 --> 01:55:25.320] And that is of absolutely crucial importance. I have in my possession a warranty deed to a property
[01:55:25.320 --> 01:55:34.200] in Fiscal, Texas. There was a warranty deed filed with the person who transferred it to me.
[01:55:34.200 --> 01:55:40.840] There was a deed of trust filed by Washington Mutual in the court record. In the court record,
[01:55:40.840 --> 01:55:46.920] there was also a release of lien filed by Washington Mutual and a warranty deed filed by me.
[01:55:49.480 --> 01:55:58.120] That release of lien rendered the deed of trust void. Therefore, I hold an uncontested claim
[01:55:58.120 --> 01:56:06.120] against the property. If you hold a warranty deed against the property and you go to the court,
[01:56:07.080 --> 01:56:13.000] that petition the court to rule that the deed of trust or mortgage that you signed
[01:56:14.440 --> 01:56:21.800] was void as a result of breach of the contract by the lender,
[01:56:21.800 --> 01:56:32.520] then you hold the warranty deed with no claim. Now, the lender still has a claim against you
[01:56:33.240 --> 01:56:40.360] personally, but not a claim against the property. And I hope that I've made this
[01:56:41.080 --> 01:56:49.720] part very clear. The lender can sue you personally, ask the court to grant him a judgment,
[01:56:49.720 --> 01:56:57.160] and then ask the court to liquidate your property. But he can't go directly against
[01:56:57.160 --> 01:57:05.240] your property if you get the deed of trust rendered for it. Now, I hope I've presented
[01:57:05.240 --> 01:57:13.800] this in a way that makes sense because this is the real heart of how you go about protecting
[01:57:13.800 --> 01:57:19.720] your property from fraudulent practices by the lender. Okay, I'm going to stop now.
[01:57:20.520 --> 01:57:27.160] And we've got about a minute and a half left. I'm going to go to Leslie in Pennsylvania.
[01:57:28.200 --> 01:57:35.160] Hello, Ms. Leslie. Have what I've said so far made sense. Now, wait a minute before you answer.
[01:57:36.440 --> 01:57:41.640] Don't cut me any slack. If I haven't made sense, let me know. Hammer me and I'll try to correct
[01:57:41.640 --> 01:57:45.560] you in an hour or seven minutes. And you know, I've been working on a quiet title.
[01:57:46.840 --> 01:57:56.280] And I've been dealing basically with Richard Contract and the UCC because under 3.305 with fraud
[01:57:57.320 --> 01:58:07.080] as a defense that induced me to sign the contract without knowing they were going to
[01:58:07.080 --> 01:58:17.560] securitize it. Okay. Okay. Hold on, Leslie. We're about to go to work. Yeah. When we come back
[01:58:17.560 --> 01:58:23.800] on the other side, I'm going to talk about the issue of fraud. Randy, the show's over. Randy,
[01:58:23.800 --> 01:58:29.160] the show's over. Yeah, Randy, this is Thursday. Oh, my goodness. I thought we had two more hours.
[01:58:30.040 --> 01:58:35.400] Leslie, I'm sorry. Call back tomorrow. And I would very much like to go into this issue.
[01:58:35.400 --> 01:58:44.040] Okay. This is Randy Calderon. This is Eddie Craig with my radio. And Randy, the dance who
[01:58:44.040 --> 01:58:47.640] forgot what day it was. We'll be back tomorrow.
