[00:07.240 --> 00:12.020] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll tell you about the last days of a frightening bomb
[00:12.020 --> 00:15.560]  they called the B-53 in a moment.
[00:15.560 --> 00:17.140]  Privacy is under attack.
[00:17.140 --> 00:20.740] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:20.740 --> 00:25.520] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:25.520 --> 00:26.960]  So protect your rights.
[00:26.960 --> 00:30.600] Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself.
[00:30.600 --> 00:33.280]  Privacy, it's worth hanging on to.
[00:33.280 --> 00:37.560] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[00:37.560 --> 00:41.120] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[00:41.120 --> 00:43.080]  Start over with StartPage.
[00:43.080 --> 00:47.600] Here's news that could make even a cold warrior smile.
[00:47.600 --> 00:53.300] The aging B-53, the last of our nation's most powerful nuclear bombs, has been quietly taken
[00:53.300 --> 00:56.240] apart at a plant near Amarillo, Texas.
[00:56.240 --> 01:01.960] Dating way back to 1962, the Cold War, and the Cuban Missile Crisis, the B-53 was the
[01:01.960 --> 01:05.640]  size of a minivan and weighed 10,000 pounds.
[01:05.640 --> 01:10.900] This ancient nuke was 600 times more powerful than the one dropped on Hiroshima, which killed
[01:10.900 --> 01:13.560]  at least 140,000 people.
[01:13.560 --> 01:19.800] Now the biggest nuke we've got is the B-83, a similar killer now pushing 30 years old.
[01:19.800 --> 01:22.800] Will it take us half a century to retire that one?
[01:22.800 --> 01:23.800]  Let's hope not.
[01:23.800 --> 01:25.440]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[01:25.440 --> 01:28.440]  More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:28.440 --> 01:36.760] Some people count sheep to fall asleep, but cloned sheep would be creepy enough to keep
[01:36.760 --> 01:37.760]  you awake nights.
[01:37.760 --> 01:42.320] Now we could add cloned wild cats to the list of nightmare laboratory animals.
[01:42.320 --> 01:46.400] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back with details.
[01:46.400 --> 01:48.000]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:48.000 --> 01:51.600] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:51.600 --> 01:56.360] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:56.360 --> 02:01.440] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[02:01.440 --> 02:04.120]  Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[02:04.120 --> 02:08.420] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[02:08.420 --> 02:11.960] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[02:11.960 --> 02:13.840]  Start over with StartPage.
[02:13.840 --> 02:17.480] Remember Dolly the cloned sheep?
[02:17.480 --> 02:23.160] It's been 15 years since she made history, but the embryologist who cloned her is back.
[02:23.160 --> 02:27.820] He now wants to apply his technology to endangered Scottish wild cats.
[02:27.820 --> 02:33.060] His plan is to create cloned embryos in test tubes, then transplant them into domesticated
[02:33.060 --> 02:34.580]  cats for birth.
[02:34.580 --> 02:39.600] The public strongly opposes animal cloning, and apparently nature does too, since most
[02:39.600 --> 02:42.040] of these laboratory animals die in infancy.
[02:42.040 --> 02:44.720]  Shouldn't that tell us something?
[02:44.720 --> 02:47.520] Cats need to stop playing God with living creatures.
[02:47.520 --> 02:52.240] There are far better ways to save endangered species than putting them in petri dishes.
[02:52.240 --> 02:54.600]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[02:54.600 --> 03:23.240]  More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[03:54.600 --> 04:02.120]  Bad boys, bad boys.
[04:02.120 --> 04:09.240] What are you going to do when we come for you here on the rule of law?
[04:09.240 --> 04:10.320] My name is Deborah Stevens.
[04:10.320 --> 04:16.000] I'm your host, co-hosting, of course, with Randy Kelton and Eddie Craig.
[04:16.000 --> 04:19.560] And the name of the game is bad boys, bad boys.
[04:19.560 --> 04:21.160] What are you going to do when we come for you?
[04:21.160 --> 04:23.420] And we definitely are coming for you.
[04:23.420 --> 04:29.020] This is the Logos Radio Network streaming live on LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[04:29.020 --> 04:34.000] And of course, for those of you who are wondering or whom you already know or suspect, that
[04:34.000 --> 04:38.920]  is a term that I got from the Bible.
[04:38.920 --> 04:41.720]  This is a Christian network, Logos.
[04:41.720 --> 04:46.600] It comes from John 1-1, which means, in the beginning was the Logos, in the beginning
[04:46.600 --> 04:49.800] was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[04:49.800 --> 04:54.360] And we believe that he is with us and inside of us right now.
[04:54.360 --> 04:59.700] And I know for sure he is with our guest and living inside our guest right now.
[04:59.700 --> 05:04.960] Her name, I'm very happy to introduce, is Ms. Leila Pittenger.
[05:04.960 --> 05:11.680] She is running for U.S. Senate here in the state of Texas, the grand state of Texas,
[05:11.680 --> 05:14.900] running to replace Kay Bailout Hutchinson.
[05:14.900 --> 05:21.880] And I'm so happy to say, we are so glad to have a Liberty candidate in here running for
[05:21.880 --> 05:24.160] Senate and she's got our full support.
[05:24.160 --> 05:27.040] We are so happy that she's on with us tonight.
[05:27.040 --> 05:31.440] She's a very busy woman campaigning, kind of difficult to chase her down, but here she
[05:31.440 --> 05:32.440]  is.
[05:32.440 --> 05:36.840] And I'm going to tell you a little bit about her before I bring her on.
[05:36.840 --> 05:39.380]  She is a lifelong native Texan.
[05:39.380 --> 05:42.480] She's fully educated here in this Lone Star State.
[05:42.480 --> 05:47.280] She's lived in several regions of the state and experienced the wondrous variety of people
[05:47.280 --> 05:49.520] that makes us so great.
[05:49.520 --> 05:54.520] Her passion is to take a Christian, constitutionally conservative voice to Washington that will
[05:54.520 --> 06:00.760] focus on restoring our nation's legislative, fiscal, and moral integrity.
[06:00.760 --> 06:05.820] And she hopes with the support of her fellow Texans, she will be that voice that daily
[06:05.820 --> 06:10.300] reminds Washington why Texas is a beacon in this storm.
[06:10.300 --> 06:16.440] We most certainly are, and I'm going to read a little bit from her site on how she feels
[06:16.440 --> 06:19.920] on some of the issues, and then I'll let her speak for herself.
[06:19.920 --> 06:25.920] I really appreciate this talking about filing legislation requiring all proposed legislation
[06:25.920 --> 06:29.140] to explain its constitutional authority.
[06:29.140 --> 06:33.240] She doesn't believe that senators should be forced to act against their constituents'
[06:33.240 --> 06:36.900] values because of attachments to legislation.
[06:36.900 --> 06:39.520] She wants all amendments to be germane to the bill.
[06:39.520 --> 06:41.100] She supports the Second Amendment.
[06:41.100 --> 06:42.480]  She's pro-life.
[06:42.480 --> 06:49.680] She wants to work for energy independence, get real about border security and immigration.
[06:49.680 --> 06:52.080] She wants to abolish the Department of Education.
[06:52.080 --> 06:57.360] She wants to abolish a lot of bureaucratic agencies, which I really appreciate.
[06:57.360 --> 07:01.720] I watched the video on her site, and she says she no longer calls herself a conservative
[07:01.720 --> 07:04.160] because that means to conserve what we already have.
[07:04.160 --> 07:09.000] She wants to be an abolitionist and repeal, repeal, and abolish.
[07:09.000 --> 07:10.120]  So I really love it.
[07:10.120 --> 07:15.200] She wants to keep the education at home where it belongs, and it just goes on and on.
[07:15.200 --> 07:17.660] She is just like a Ron Paul, folks.
[07:17.660 --> 07:21.240] She is just absolutely wonderful, and I love this part here.
[07:21.240 --> 07:26.240] This is one of my favorite parts about concerning our global presence and foreign policy.
[07:26.240 --> 07:31.000] She wants to work to dramatically reduce our role and funding in the UN.
[07:31.000 --> 07:36.680] If this does not cause a rapid course correction in their behavior toward us and our allies,
[07:36.680 --> 07:41.480] then she supports ending the UN occupation of New York City.
[07:41.480 --> 07:42.480]  Woo-hoo!
[07:42.480 --> 07:43.920]  I love it!
[07:43.920 --> 07:44.920]  That is just fantastic.
[07:44.920 --> 07:45.920]  I love that.
[07:45.920 --> 07:48.080] And folks, I just have to say, I saw her.
[07:48.080 --> 07:53.520] She was on stage at the Senatorial District Convention here in Travis County at the Hyde
[07:53.520 --> 07:54.680]  Park Baptist Church.
[07:54.680 --> 08:00.080] We discussed that a few shows ago, the shenanigans that went down at that convention.
[08:00.080 --> 08:05.240] But at any rate, she came on stage, and folks, I just have to say, it just blew us away.
[08:05.240 --> 08:06.560] I mean, she just blew me away.
[08:06.560 --> 08:08.440]  I mean, she's just got such a presence.
[08:08.440 --> 08:11.320]  She's such a go-getter, such confidence.
[08:11.320 --> 08:14.960] You can tell she's very strong, very focused.
[08:14.960 --> 08:19.800] And I have to say, she is just downright beautiful, too.
[08:19.800 --> 08:21.660]  I mean, she gets up there.
[08:21.660 --> 08:26.040] This woman, she looks like Marilyn Monroe with this gorgeous blonde hair, and she's
[08:26.040 --> 08:32.840] just got this red suit on and red lipsticks, and she's just taking control of the whole
[08:32.840 --> 08:33.840]  scene.
[08:33.840 --> 08:38.520] And I just have to say, I was like, wow, I like this woman a lot.
[08:38.520 --> 08:40.360] I want to see her in the Senate.
[08:40.360 --> 08:41.520]  You couldn't ask for more.
[08:41.520 --> 08:43.880] So Leila, thank you for coming on our show.
[08:43.880 --> 08:44.880]  Welcome to the show.
[08:44.880 --> 08:45.880]  Thank you.
[08:45.880 --> 08:49.600] Gee, Debra, you said so many nice things, I'd love to meet the woman you were just talking
[08:49.600 --> 08:50.600]  about.
[08:50.600 --> 08:57.560] Well, Leila, why don't you, I just want to, I gave you an introduction and said some things
[08:57.560 --> 08:59.740] about how you feel about some of the issues.
[08:59.740 --> 09:03.160] Why don't you just, I'm just going to give you the floor, and why don't you just tell
[09:03.160 --> 09:08.360] our listening audience a little bit more about yourself, and what you intend to do when you
[09:08.360 --> 09:11.680] get in there, and what your stance on some of these issues are.
[09:11.680 --> 09:12.680]  Okay, wonderful.
[09:12.680 --> 09:13.680] Well, thank you for this opportunity.
[09:13.680 --> 09:15.160]  I really appreciate it.
[09:15.160 --> 09:19.720] You know, like my site says, I'm a native Texan, lived here all my life, and lived in
[09:19.720 --> 09:24.200] eight different cities and towns throughout the state, and I felt like the Lord called
[09:24.200 --> 09:28.560] me to step up for this race, because there's a lot missing in the Senate when it comes
[09:28.560 --> 09:31.480] to the voices that need to be heard on the issues.
[09:31.480 --> 09:37.080] You know, I really have a passion for what God is doing in my life, and what he can do
[09:37.080 --> 09:42.980] in this country, and it concerns me that out of 100 U.S. Senators, we will have only one
[09:42.980 --> 09:48.280] conservative woman, and she is also considered to be the only woman who is thoroughly pro-life
[09:48.280 --> 09:49.280]  in the Senate.
[09:49.280 --> 09:53.600] Now, one out of 100 is not nearly enough when it comes to representing the women in this
[09:53.600 --> 09:59.120] country who are passionate about life, who are passionate about having school be closest
[09:59.120 --> 10:03.480] to home, having the government get out of their lives when it comes to health care.
[10:03.480 --> 10:07.600] And so, as you've heard me say, I think we need more conservative women, or as I would
[10:07.600 --> 10:12.680] say, abolitionists, up in Washington, D.C., telling the bureaucracy, get your myth off
[10:12.680 --> 10:16.920] my kid, get your hands out of my wallet, get your bureaucrat out of my health care, and
[10:16.920 --> 10:19.160] get your state out of my church.
[10:19.160 --> 10:23.440] We don't have nearly the number of women we need fighting on these issues.
[10:23.440 --> 10:28.320] And sadly, I know for a fact that the liberals are purposely running a number of far-left
[10:28.320 --> 10:33.960] women to replace the men who are retiring in the Senate over this year, and we're going
[10:33.960 --> 10:39.360] to need some women who feel very differently to stand up against the lies that are propagated
[10:39.360 --> 10:43.960] by the left that encourage women to make the government their father, their employer, their
[10:43.960 --> 10:45.520]  child, their everything.
[10:45.520 --> 10:50.800] So, also out of 100 senators, you know, we have 60 attorneys, and I'm not an attorney.
[10:50.800 --> 10:56.800] I actually have a background in health care, agriculture, higher education, and business.
[10:56.800 --> 11:00.000] Four things I believe the federal government has a chokehold on, and we need people to
[11:00.000 --> 11:05.200] break the hold, but not just people who've heard about these issues or learned the talking
[11:05.200 --> 11:08.800] points from their consultant, but people who've actually done the work, who have the dirt
[11:08.800 --> 11:09.800]  under their fingernails.
[11:09.800 --> 11:12.000] I think that's going to be crucial to turning around the Senate.
[11:12.000 --> 11:14.400] This isn't a bunch of people who are supposed to argue all the time.
[11:14.400 --> 11:17.240] This is supposed to be people that know what they're doing.
[11:17.240 --> 11:20.440] And quite frankly, the federal government knows exactly what it's doing in the ways
[11:20.440 --> 11:24.720] that it has invaded our daily lives, and we need people who understand the consequences
[11:24.720 --> 11:27.800] and the results to be up there to yank the federal government out.
[11:27.800 --> 11:32.560] I want to be up there to tell every one of these bureaucracies and agencies, not only
[11:32.560 --> 11:34.640] no, but your budget is zero.
[11:34.640 --> 11:39.880] So, I'm also in this race because out of 100 U.S. senators, even though you only have to
[11:39.880 --> 11:44.360] be 30 to be in the Senate, we don't have a single senator under the age of 40.
[11:44.360 --> 11:48.760] So, the generation who's going to inherit this mess, the generation that, quite frankly,
[11:48.760 --> 11:54.200] Dr. Paul, he draws them in and they just love him and he has gotten them to really re-educate
[11:54.200 --> 11:58.280] themselves and get rid of the indoctrination from their schools when it comes to our history
[11:58.280 --> 12:03.280] and our founding documents, that generation has no voice in the Senate right now.
[12:03.280 --> 12:08.440] And I, quite frankly, think we need liberty-focused candidates from that generation to stand up
[12:08.440 --> 12:12.840] and make our voices heard and have a say in what's happening in this country and how we
[12:12.840 --> 12:14.400]  can turn it around.
[12:14.400 --> 12:18.920]  Well, I definitely do appreciate that.
[12:18.920 --> 12:25.400] I wanted to ask you also, what inspired you to want to run for Senate?
[12:25.400 --> 12:29.680] Well, honestly, it was really, I felt like the Lord called me to step up.
[12:29.680 --> 12:31.920]  You know, I didn't grow up in politics.
[12:31.920 --> 12:35.600] My parents never even really talked politics when I was growing up.
[12:35.600 --> 12:39.240] And I learned next to nothing when I was in school about it.
[12:39.240 --> 12:41.760]  And in 2008, I started getting far more involved.
[12:41.760 --> 12:44.320] I felt like the Lord was prodding me to get involved.
[12:44.320 --> 12:50.520] And I went from only voting to, at the beginning of 2008, going to my first precinct convention.
[12:50.520 --> 12:54.800] And by August, I was an alternate delegate to the national convention.
[12:54.800 --> 12:56.560] And it was an amazing opportunity.
[12:56.560 --> 13:00.440] And just the way the Lord showed me how these things work and what's going on, it really
[13:00.440 --> 13:02.280]  opened my eyes.
[13:02.280 --> 13:06.280]  And I realized how uninformed I was as a voter.
[13:06.280 --> 13:10.280] And in the beginning of 2009, I was just, I was praying and I felt like the Lord called
[13:10.280 --> 13:11.280]  me to do this.
[13:11.280 --> 13:16.400] And I said, no thanks, because as you know, Deborah, there's no one the liberal media
[13:16.400 --> 13:20.960]  hates more than a conservative Christian pro-life woman.
[13:20.960 --> 13:22.800] They treat them even worse than the men.
[13:22.800 --> 13:24.960] And I wasn't interested in that happening to my family.
[13:24.960 --> 13:25.960]  I wasn't worried about me.
[13:25.960 --> 13:29.640] I was concerned about what the media does to these women's families.
[13:29.640 --> 13:32.920] But I just approached my family about it, told them what I think God was calling me
[13:32.920 --> 13:33.920]  to do.
[13:33.920 --> 13:34.920] And they said, bring it on.
[13:34.920 --> 13:35.920]  We're not afraid.
[13:35.920 --> 13:42.680] So for 28 months now, I've been to 445 meetings, events, and rallies and had my son along the
[13:42.680 --> 13:46.560]  way on about $38,000.
[13:46.560 --> 13:47.800]  That's amazing.
[13:47.800 --> 13:50.480] So you can get a lot done on a very tight budget.
[13:50.480 --> 13:51.480]  This is a good thing.
[13:51.480 --> 13:52.480]  Yes, ma'am.
[13:52.480 --> 13:54.000] I'd like to see my government run that well.
[13:54.000 --> 13:55.000]  Exactly.
[13:55.000 --> 14:02.640] Well, so why don't you just go into some, give us some more background about, you know,
[14:02.640 --> 14:08.080] some of the issues on your website concerning over-federalization, for example.
[14:08.080 --> 14:12.160] Why don't you tell us a little bit about what you plan to do about that?
[14:12.160 --> 14:13.160]  Okay.
[14:13.160 --> 14:17.960] Well, when I say over-federalization, what I'm talking about is how often we as citizens
[14:17.960 --> 14:23.720] on the local and state level demand that the federal government intervene, that quite frankly
[14:23.720 --> 14:28.440] should only be handled by our local government or our state government.
[14:28.440 --> 14:32.600] And we are encouraging the federal government to literally be in control of every aspect
[14:32.600 --> 14:33.600]  of our lives.
[14:33.600 --> 14:38.600] And I believe with wisdom and a little planning, local communities can be prepared for things
[14:38.600 --> 14:44.160] like disasters, whether it's wildfires or hurricanes or floods or droughts.
[14:44.160 --> 14:48.200] Our state government should have legislators who plan ahead and think ahead for these things.
[14:48.200 --> 14:51.560] But instead, we are constantly caught off guard and then we demand that the federal
[14:51.560 --> 14:54.440] government come in and take over the situation for us.
[14:54.440 --> 14:58.880] And then we all end up being shocked that when they come in, they run us over.
[14:58.880 --> 15:00.320] They run over our legislators.
[15:00.320 --> 15:04.120] They run over our own local bureaucracies or our charities or our churches when it comes
[15:04.120 --> 15:05.840] to being involved in these things.
[15:05.840 --> 15:08.900] We need to get the federal government out of all these things, but it's going to mean
[15:08.900 --> 15:13.700] having legislators who will say, you're not welcome here, this is for our own people to
[15:13.700 --> 15:14.700]  deal with.
[15:14.700 --> 15:18.280] Now, I think one of the best ways to deal with that is ending entire bureaucracies,
[15:18.280 --> 15:21.800] agencies, and agendas, just abolishing them outright.
[15:21.800 --> 15:25.600] I don't think the federal government needs to be in education with the Department of
[15:25.600 --> 15:26.600]  Education.
[15:26.600 --> 15:29.360] I think the federal government has failed us on energy with the Department of Energy
[15:29.360 --> 15:30.880] and it needs to go.
[15:30.880 --> 15:34.560] I think that the federal government is failing us with the EPA, which has really become a
[15:34.560 --> 15:39.400] radical left-wing organization that is being used to steal our property right through in
[15:39.400 --> 15:43.920] private property and actually control and manipulate our ability to even produce our
[15:43.920 --> 15:44.920]  own food.
[15:44.920 --> 15:47.680] I think the Department of Agriculture is way out of control.
[15:47.680 --> 15:51.960] There is no reason that the FDA should be able to have armed raids on raw milk producers
[15:51.960 --> 15:54.680] and organic farmers and small and local farmers.
[15:54.680 --> 15:58.360] We're going to need people who are ready to abolish those agencies, not just reform them,
[15:58.360 --> 16:02.320] because quite frankly, we know that the pendulum swings back and forth in this country when
[16:02.320 --> 16:07.200] it comes to voting, and I don't want to leave an agency there just smaller for the Democrats
[16:07.200 --> 16:10.080] to come back later on in a few years to grow it back up.
[16:10.080 --> 16:11.760] I want it just gone all together.
[16:11.760 --> 16:14.400] I don't want that opportunity to be open for them.
[16:14.400 --> 16:19.160] So abolishing agencies, abolishing departments, and abolishing entire agendas, and if someone
[16:19.160 --> 16:22.480] doesn't want to vote that way, they need to step aside for someone who will.
[16:22.480 --> 16:23.480]  Absolutely.
[16:23.480 --> 16:29.280] I couldn't agree more, and as far as these agencies, really it's not the proper role
[16:29.280 --> 16:34.400] of government for the federal government to be trying to regulate every aspect of our
[16:34.400 --> 16:40.280] lives like that anyway, so reducing the agencies is not going to help, reducing the size.
[16:40.280 --> 16:41.280] We have to get rid of them.
[16:41.280 --> 16:44.000] We've got to get back to what the proper role of government is.
[16:44.000 --> 16:45.960] Leila, can you stay with us for a few more minutes?
[16:45.960 --> 16:46.960]  That'd be great.
[16:46.960 --> 16:47.960]  Thank you.
[16:47.960 --> 16:48.960]  Okay, great.
[16:48.960 --> 16:50.240] We're going to have Leila on for one more segment, folks.
[16:50.240 --> 16:52.280] This is the rule of law.
[16:52.280 --> 16:54.800] You can call in if you have a question.
[16:54.800 --> 16:55.800]  512-646-1984.
[16:55.800 --> 17:00.560] We will be right back.
[17:00.560 --> 17:01.560]  America is in trouble.
[17:01.560 --> 17:02.560]  Washington is a disgrace.
[17:02.560 --> 17:03.560] Government has become too big.
[17:03.560 --> 17:04.560]  It's overtaxing, overspending.
[17:04.560 --> 17:05.560] We need to change direction.
[17:05.560 --> 17:06.560]  We really need change.
[17:06.560 --> 17:12.560] We can't afford to make the same mistakes we've made in the past.
[17:12.560 --> 17:14.720]  Mitt Romney's reputation as a flip-flop.
[17:14.720 --> 17:17.960] He went the other way when he got paid to go the other way.
[17:17.960 --> 17:20.000] There is need for economic stimulus.
[17:20.000 --> 17:21.800]  It's about serial hypocrisy.
[17:21.800 --> 17:23.360] This election is about trust.
[17:23.360 --> 17:27.240] There's been one true consistent candidate, and that's Dr. Ron Paul.
[17:27.240 --> 17:30.000] Ron Paul has been so consistent from the very beginning.
[17:30.000 --> 17:32.200] He seems like a more honest candidate.
[17:32.200 --> 17:34.960] He tells the truth about what he believes, whether you like it or not.
[17:34.960 --> 17:39.760] He's never once voted for a tax increase, never once voted for an unbalanced budget.
[17:39.760 --> 17:42.920] Ron Paul's plan is bold, cut to five departments.
[17:42.920 --> 17:43.920]  It's what we need.
[17:43.920 --> 17:47.480] When he says he's going to cut a trillion dollars in the first year, I believe it.
[17:47.480 --> 17:52.940] If you don't like how things are going and tired of politicians, he's something different.
[17:52.940 --> 17:57.760] Ron Paul is the one we've been looking for.
[17:57.760 --> 18:00.560]  I'm Ron Paul, and I approve this message.
[18:00.560 --> 18:05.680] Are you being harassed by debt collectors with phone calls, letters, or even lawsuits?
[18:05.680 --> 18:09.360] Stop debt collectors now with the Michael Mears Proven Method.
[18:09.360 --> 18:13.680] Michael Mears has won six cases in federal court against debt collectors, and now you
[18:13.680 --> 18:14.680]  can win too.
[18:14.680 --> 18:19.480] You'll get step-by-step instructions in plain English on how to win in court using federal
[18:19.480 --> 18:25.360] civil rights statutes, what to do when contacted by phone, mail, or court summons, how to answer
[18:25.360 --> 18:29.880] letters and phone calls, how to get debt collectors out of your credit report, how to turn the
[18:29.880 --> 18:34.100] financial tables on them and make them pay you to go away.
[18:34.100 --> 18:38.920] The Michael Mears Proven Method is the solution for how to stop debt collectors.
[18:38.920 --> 18:41.320] Personal consultation is available as well.
[18:41.320 --> 18:46.960] For more information, please visit RuleOfLawRadio.com and click on the blue Michael Mears banner,
[18:46.960 --> 18:49.240]  or email MichaelMears at yahoo.com.
[18:49.240 --> 18:59.400]  That's RuleOfLawRadio.com, or email M-I-C-H-A-E-L-M-I-R-R-A-S at yahoo.com to learn how to stop debt collectors
[18:59.400 --> 19:25.280]  now.
[19:25.280 --> 19:28.080] We ask the questions folks.
[19:28.080 --> 19:29.880]  Look what we get.
[19:29.880 --> 19:31.880]  They don't have the answers.
[19:31.880 --> 19:39.920] Tyranny, thema tear you, thema tear me, thema tear up the whole country if we let them get
[19:39.920 --> 19:40.920]  away with it.
[19:40.920 --> 19:43.760] And we are not going to let them get away with it, folks.
[19:43.760 --> 19:46.100] That is music from my band, Three Shoes Posse.
[19:46.100 --> 19:52.240] You can get that music, of course, on our website, RuleOfLawRadio.com or ThreeShoesPosse.com.
[19:52.240 --> 19:58.840] We are here speaking with Leila Pittenger running for U.S. Senate to replace Kay Bailout-Hutchinson,
[19:58.840 --> 20:02.040] that I call her, instead of Bailey.
[20:02.040 --> 20:03.960]  She's definitely voted for the bailouts.
[20:03.960 --> 20:06.120]  So Leila, please continue.
[20:06.120 --> 20:12.920] Yeah, we were talking about the over-federalization and the bureaucratic agencies.
[20:12.920 --> 20:17.120] You know, I've heard a lot of people say that, well, if we cut all these agencies, think
[20:17.120 --> 20:20.000] about all the jobs that are going to be lost.
[20:20.000 --> 20:23.920] There's hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people that are working for the government.
[20:23.920 --> 20:25.320] What are they going to do?
[20:25.320 --> 20:34.400] I mean, I think that once we cut those agencies and the states and the local communities start
[20:34.400 --> 20:39.920] to pick up the slack, I think they'll be able to find similar jobs, but just be employed
[20:39.920 --> 20:40.920]  locally.
[20:40.920 --> 20:43.200] And so by the federal government, what is your response to that, Leila?
[20:43.200 --> 20:48.960] Well, I agree with that, but on top of that, I think that jobs in America would, our economy
[20:48.960 --> 20:53.760] would explode in a positive way, because right now the regulatory burden we have in this
[20:53.760 --> 20:57.920] country, especially under things like the EPA, especially under things like OSHA, or
[20:57.920 --> 21:01.320] frankly, Obamacare, has crushed jobs.
[21:01.320 --> 21:02.800] It has not just slowed them down.
[21:02.800 --> 21:04.560] It has not just put the brakes on.
[21:04.560 --> 21:07.140]  It's like they've smashed into a brick wall.
[21:07.140 --> 21:11.040] And we need to lift this regulatory burden on the federal level and frankly let each
[21:11.040 --> 21:12.840] state make its own decisions.
[21:12.840 --> 21:19.000] And then, you know, I love how these liberal evolutionists are big into let the strongest
[21:19.000 --> 21:20.000]  survive.
[21:20.000 --> 21:24.480] But when a state like California makes terrible mistakes and chases off businesses and cannot
[21:24.480 --> 21:28.280] collect enough in revenue to pay for all the debt it has, then they think everybody else
[21:28.280 --> 21:29.280]  should pay for it.
[21:29.280 --> 21:30.280]  I don't think so.
[21:30.280 --> 21:34.040] I think if California, when each state makes its own decisions, decides that they want
[21:34.040 --> 21:39.000] to run off businesses and growth and opportunities, we will welcome them here in Texas, but then
[21:39.000 --> 21:42.080] California needs to pay for its own mistakes.
[21:42.080 --> 21:46.280] And if they want to have an oppressive regulatory burden, then businesses can come to Texas
[21:46.280 --> 21:50.640] where we let people do business, and we enjoy the free market, and we encourage them to
[21:50.640 --> 21:54.240] freely associate with those that they want to do business with.
[21:54.240 --> 21:57.540] So I think it will grow jobs in this country.
[21:57.540 --> 22:00.360]  It will open doors.
[22:00.360 --> 22:03.600] Companies that have gone to other nations because they were looking for an easier way
[22:03.600 --> 22:07.000] to do business would come back to the United States, and they could start picking states.
[22:07.000 --> 22:09.280]  A perfect example is Wisconsin.
[22:09.280 --> 22:13.200] When Governor Walker got into Wisconsin, it was at the bottom of the list when it came
[22:13.200 --> 22:14.200]  to job growth.
[22:14.200 --> 22:18.880] Just within a year of him being there, it shot almost to the top in this country on
[22:18.880 --> 22:19.880]  job growth.
[22:19.880 --> 22:21.440]  They saw new opportunities.
[22:21.440 --> 22:24.400] They knew that the unions were not going to be able to run them into the ground and control
[22:24.400 --> 22:25.400]  them anymore.
[22:25.400 --> 22:29.520] They knew the regulatory burden was going to be far more manageable, and it was growth
[22:29.520 --> 22:31.280] faster almost than they could handle.
[22:31.280 --> 22:34.860] So I think that's a perfect example of showing how when states are allowed to make their
[22:34.860 --> 22:37.280] own decisions, good things happen.
[22:37.280 --> 22:38.280]  Absolutely.
[22:38.280 --> 22:46.400] And I totally agree that once you start lifting these regulatory burdens, jobs do grow because
[22:46.400 --> 22:52.080] employers are more free to let their business grow and to hire people.
[22:52.080 --> 22:57.220] And just everything works better when the government is not being so oppressive with
[22:57.220 --> 22:58.720]  all these regulatory schemes.
[22:58.720 --> 22:59.720]  Exactly.
[22:59.720 --> 23:06.000] It was the intent of a federal government to protect us from outside aggression.
[23:06.000 --> 23:10.960] It has no business beyond that.
[23:10.960 --> 23:15.920] I agree, but what I would add on top of that is not only are they not protecting us from
[23:15.920 --> 23:21.120] outside aggression, but they are negotiating treaties that continually put other nations
[23:21.120 --> 23:26.360] above the United States when it comes to our sovereignty, when it comes to our jobs and
[23:26.360 --> 23:27.360]  our economy.
[23:27.360 --> 23:30.680] I mean, they're trying to negotiate a treaty right now that's going to make it easier for
[23:30.680 --> 23:33.080] other nations to get contracts with the federal government.
[23:33.080 --> 23:37.680] For the longest time, the only people that could get contracts with the federal government
[23:37.680 --> 23:39.520]  were actually American companies.
[23:39.520 --> 23:42.280] They're trying to negotiate a treaty that says, no, countries from other nations can
[23:42.280 --> 23:43.720]  now get those contracts.
[23:43.720 --> 23:48.320] They continually put other nations before us, our current federal government does, and
[23:48.320 --> 23:50.040]  we've got to deal with that.
[23:50.040 --> 23:53.680] No longer are our enemies without, I think they are within our own country.
[23:53.680 --> 23:54.680]  Absolutely.
[23:54.680 --> 24:01.880] It would also help if we stopped letting all of these large corporations offshore the jobs.
[24:01.880 --> 24:06.080] And here's what I would say to that is I believe in a free market and open markets, which I
[24:06.080 --> 24:07.280] don't think we have in this country.
[24:07.280 --> 24:10.960] I do not think we have a free market anymore by a long stretch of the imagination.
[24:10.960 --> 24:15.760] I think the government regulates and controls and oversees every aspect of our business,
[24:15.760 --> 24:17.520]  our food, everything.
[24:17.520 --> 24:22.360] But if businesses want to be able to take their jobs elsewhere, that is their right,
[24:22.360 --> 24:23.540]  I believe, in a free market.
[24:23.540 --> 24:28.560] The trouble is they won't want to do that if we would deal with our ridiculous tax code,
[24:28.560 --> 24:33.080] if we would deal with the ridiculous regulatory burden, and if we would put an end to mandates
[24:33.080 --> 24:37.840] like Obamacare that forced them to pay for items that they can't afford or even that
[24:37.840 --> 24:40.080] their employees may not even want.
[24:40.080 --> 24:44.200] But those three things, the tax code, the regulatory burden, and these ridiculous legislative
[24:44.200 --> 24:49.280] mandates, I think that's what chases jobs overseas, not the free market.
[24:49.280 --> 24:55.640] Well, and the other thing that chases jobs overseas is when our federal government actually
[24:55.640 --> 25:02.880] pays companies like General Motors to go set up factories overseas.
[25:02.880 --> 25:06.180] It doesn't get much more worse than that.
[25:06.180 --> 25:07.180]  Not by much.
[25:07.180 --> 25:11.840] I mean, martial law is worse, I think, but yes, I agree that what our federal government
[25:11.840 --> 25:16.960] is doing is literally destroying us from within, and most of them who are in it are either
[25:16.960 --> 25:21.360] completely oblivious or not worried about it, or frankly, they're benefiting from it.
[25:21.360 --> 25:26.000] Far too often, our own legislators are making money and advancing themselves with the legislation
[25:26.000 --> 25:28.240] they create and the bureaucracy they create.
[25:28.240 --> 25:31.320] Well, you mentioned something about treaties a minute ago.
[25:31.320 --> 25:37.320] I notice on your website concerning the Second Amendment issues, you're strongly imposing
[25:37.320 --> 25:38.880] the UN Small Arms Treaty.
[25:38.880 --> 25:41.040] Why don't you tell us a little bit about this?
[25:41.040 --> 25:45.960] Well, I'm absolutely against it, but here's our problem is they no longer make treaties
[25:45.960 --> 25:48.120] go through the Senate for ratification.
[25:48.120 --> 25:51.960] If they want pieces or parts or all of it to go through, sadly, they're using things
[25:51.960 --> 25:54.400] like executive orders to surrender our sovereignty.
[25:54.400 --> 25:59.640] I mean, a perfect example is the last four presidents have used executive orders to sign
[25:59.640 --> 26:04.480] over parts of Agenda 21 and sign over our sovereignty as a nation, our sovereignty as
[26:04.480 --> 26:09.400] a state, and our sovereignty in our own person to the bureaucracies and the United Nations
[26:09.400 --> 26:10.840]  Agenda 21.
[26:10.840 --> 26:14.680] So we need to deal with the fact that if they're not going to get their way, if they can't
[26:14.680 --> 26:18.100] get the Senate to ratify the Small Arms Treaty, they're going to find other ways to make
[26:18.100 --> 26:19.100]  it happen.
[26:19.100 --> 26:22.120] And we need to be prepared for all of those back doorways they deal with it.
[26:22.120 --> 26:24.800] But I personally am against the Small Arms Treaty.
[26:24.800 --> 26:29.160] I am very strong Second Amendment, not only to protect your family, but even to be able
[26:29.160 --> 26:30.800]  to feed your family.
[26:30.800 --> 26:34.920] There are many people in the state of Texas that are kind of country people that love
[26:34.920 --> 26:40.600] to go hunting, and that venison or whatever wild game they get helps feed their family
[26:40.600 --> 26:42.360] and provide for their family throughout the year.
[26:42.360 --> 26:45.520] When you take people's handguns away, you're not only taking away their ability to protect
[26:45.520 --> 26:49.920] their family, you're taking away the ability to provide for their family, and I think that
[26:49.920 --> 26:50.920]  is evil.
[26:50.920 --> 26:51.920]  Absolutely.
[26:51.920 --> 26:55.920] And I really don't quite understand how they think they can get away with just the president
[26:55.920 --> 27:00.280] signing a treaty through executive order, because the Constitution clearly says that
[27:00.280 --> 27:02.120] treaties are to be ratified by the Senate.
[27:02.120 --> 27:03.120]  I agree.
[27:03.120 --> 27:06.480] But that means having legislators who've actually read the Constitution that have any sense
[27:06.480 --> 27:07.640]  of its history.
[27:07.640 --> 27:11.800] That means not having a bureaucracy, because frankly, most of the people in the bureaucracy,
[27:11.800 --> 27:13.120]  they are not conservatives.
[27:13.120 --> 27:15.220]  They're people who've worked for the government forever.
[27:15.220 --> 27:16.440] They want to keep their paycheck.
[27:16.440 --> 27:17.760] They want to grow their agency.
[27:17.760 --> 27:21.000] They want to grow their agenda, and they don't care what it takes, and they certainly don't
[27:21.000 --> 27:24.960] care about the Constitution, and we're going to need to deal with that.
[27:24.960 --> 27:26.840]  Absolutely.
[27:26.840 --> 27:33.080] And it's going to require lawsuits, too, I'm thinking as well, because these rogues just
[27:33.080 --> 27:37.440] do whatever they want, and they're going to get away with it until they start getting
[27:37.440 --> 27:38.440]  stung.
[27:38.440 --> 27:43.960] And speaking of the UN, I take it from your website and from this conversation, you're
[27:43.960 --> 27:46.720] not too keen on the UN, is that right?
[27:46.720 --> 27:47.720]  That's correct.
[27:47.720 --> 27:50.980] I think the only thing that they are united on is how much they hate us and how much they
[27:50.980 --> 27:51.980]  hate Israel.
[27:51.980 --> 27:54.440] And frankly, I think we need to withdraw.
[27:54.440 --> 27:57.840] We need to withdraw all the funding we have for their various programs.
[27:57.840 --> 27:59.320]  It's being spent fraudulently.
[27:59.320 --> 28:00.320]  It's being embezzled.
[28:00.320 --> 28:05.440] It's being given to dictators and people who mean nothing but harm for our own country.
[28:05.440 --> 28:09.000] And I know that there are candidates in my race who believe we need to stay in the UN,
[28:09.000 --> 28:12.600] because they say we have veto power on the Security Council.
[28:12.600 --> 28:13.880]  But here's my problem with that.
[28:13.880 --> 28:17.760] How many people really think the rest of the Security Council nations are doing a darn
[28:17.760 --> 28:19.000] thing about what we say?
[28:19.000 --> 28:24.640] I mean, we have China and Russia negotiating on how they're going to use a different reserve
[28:24.640 --> 28:26.160] currency other than the dollar.
[28:26.160 --> 28:30.120] Our power as a country, they're working very hard to diminish and they are working very
[28:30.120 --> 28:31.120]  hard to defy.
[28:31.120 --> 28:37.320] I realize we are the sole superpower remaining, but they are very ambitious to be superpowers.
[28:37.320 --> 28:39.240] And they are not doing what we say.
[28:39.240 --> 28:43.800] And I do not think us having a veto is going to stop Russia or China or any other nation
[28:43.800 --> 28:46.720] from doing exactly what it wants to do right now.
[28:46.720 --> 28:49.640]  Lila Pittenger is a spitfire, folks.
[28:49.640 --> 28:50.640]  I love her.
[28:50.640 --> 28:52.400]  This is awesome.
[28:52.400 --> 28:59.400] And speaking of UN stuff, another thing that they seem united on is cramming Agenda 21
[28:59.400 --> 29:06.560] down our throats and bypassing even the federal government and the state governments and going
[29:06.560 --> 29:10.080] directly to our municipalities to implement it.
[29:10.080 --> 29:13.440] So how do you feel about that and what are you going to do about that?
[29:13.440 --> 29:16.160]  Well, I am strongly against that.
[29:16.160 --> 29:20.720] But here's the trouble is I'm sure, you know, Deborah, you guys pay close attention to the
[29:20.720 --> 29:21.720]  elections.
[29:21.720 --> 29:27.440] The usual the usual turnout, the average turnout for municipal elections is about 10 percent
[29:27.440 --> 29:30.080] for some cities, as little as one percent.
[29:30.080 --> 29:31.080]  They figured it out.
[29:31.080 --> 29:35.240] They knew people were not paying attention and they knew that was the best way to get
[29:35.240 --> 29:36.240]  it in.
[29:36.240 --> 29:37.240]  All right.
[29:37.240 --> 29:38.880] We're going to we're going to pick this up on the other side.
[29:38.880 --> 29:42.320] We decided on the previous break, we're going to hold Lila over for a while.
[29:42.320 --> 29:45.800] Folks, if you have questions or if you want to make a comment, if you want to speak to
[29:45.800 --> 29:51.760] Lila Pittenger for Senate here in the great state of Texas, you can call in five one two
[29:51.760 --> 29:54.280] six four six nineteen eighty four.
[29:54.280 --> 29:56.360] Here is your chance to talk to Miss Lila Pittenger.
[29:56.360 --> 30:22.720]  We'll be right back.
[30:22.720 --> 30:26.920] The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were doing exposed

[31:01.200 --> 31:06.160] It is so enlightening to listen to 90.1 FM, but finding things on the Internet isn't so
[31:06.160 --> 31:09.880] easy and neither is finding like minded people to share it with.
[31:09.880 --> 31:12.800] Oh, well, I guess you haven't heard of Brave New Books then.
[31:12.800 --> 31:14.000]  Brave New Books?
[31:14.000 --> 31:15.000]  Yes.
[31:15.000 --> 31:19.200] Brave New Books has all the books and DVDs you're looking for by authors like Alex Jones,
[31:19.200 --> 31:21.160]  Ron Paul and G. Edward Griffin.
[31:21.160 --> 31:25.240] They even stock inner food, Berkey products and Calvin soaps.
[31:25.240 --> 31:27.480]  There's no way a place like that exists.
[31:27.480 --> 31:28.960] Go check it out for yourself.
[31:28.960 --> 31:33.320] It's downtown at 1904 Guadalupe Street, just south of UT.
[31:33.320 --> 31:36.600] By UT, there's never anywhere to park down there.
[31:36.600 --> 31:41.920] Actually, they now offer a free hour of parking for paying customers at the 500 MLK parking
[31:41.920 --> 31:44.960] facility just behind the bookstore.
[31:44.960 --> 31:45.960]  It does exist.
[31:45.960 --> 31:47.960] But when are they open?
[31:47.960 --> 31:52.720]  Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 1 to 6 p.m. on Sundays.
[31:52.720 --> 32:21.280] So give them a call at 512-480-2503 or check out their events page at bravenewbookstore.com.
[32:23.280 --> 32:26.280]  I don't understand.
[32:26.280 --> 32:31.280] Your job is to pick up the server, not be an abuser.
[32:31.280 --> 32:34.280]  An abuser?
[32:34.280 --> 32:55.840] When you gonna stop abuse your power, when you gonna stop abuse your power, when you gonna stop abuse your power, when you gonna stop abuse your power.
[32:55.840 --> 33:01.840] So please Mr. Macklin, teach officers not to abuse the power.
[33:01.840 --> 33:06.840] Send a request to the leader, the captain of all officers.
[33:06.840 --> 33:12.840] Tell them to uphold the law and please don't abuse the power.
[33:12.840 --> 33:27.840] Okay folks, we are back with Ms. Leila Pinger for U.S. Senate and we have not even had a chance yet to plug her website or to let folks know how you can support her.
[33:27.840 --> 33:42.840] So folks, if you're out there and you want to find out more about Leila, if you want to send her donations, go to leala4senate.com.
[33:42.840 --> 33:54.840] Just like it sounds and you can watch videos, you can read more about her stance on the issues, see beautiful photos of her and her just taking the bad guys to task.
[33:54.840 --> 33:56.840]  I just absolutely love it.
[33:56.840 --> 34:07.840] We were talking about agenda 21 on the way out and what we can do about this situation because it's absolutely horrific.
[34:07.840 --> 34:18.840] The agenda 21 plan of robbing everyone of their private property and cramming everyone into the cities and it all seems to be based on earth worship.
[34:18.840 --> 34:30.840] This guy is sort of a pagan thing, putting the earth, putting the environment as something that we should worship and as more important than humans.
[34:30.840 --> 34:35.840] And from my belief system, I don't believe that we should abuse the earth.
[34:35.840 --> 34:38.840] I believe that we should be concerned about the environment.
[34:38.840 --> 34:49.840] The good Lord did put the earth here for our benefit and for us to, we obviously need it to live. We shouldn't just abuse it and pollute it and all these sorts of things.
[34:49.840 --> 35:02.840] But I don't worship the creation. I worship the creator and this whole mentality of worshiping the earth and worshiping Gaia and the earth and the environment is more important than humans.
[35:02.840 --> 35:08.840]  I'm sorry, this is anti-Christian. It's just absolutely outrageous. I can't stand for it.
[35:08.840 --> 35:14.840] We're put here to have dominion and subdue the earth and it is here for our benefit and we are stewards.
[35:14.840 --> 35:23.840] And so to me, this agenda 21 plan is just utterly satanic in my opinion and we've got to do everything that we can to stand against it.
[35:23.840 --> 35:33.840] And it is a great concern that they seem to be bypassing the state governments and somewhat even the federal government and going directly to the municipalities.
[35:33.840 --> 35:41.840] There are some, the mayor of Arlington, Texas has taken a stand and said we're not going to implement agenda 21.
[35:41.840 --> 35:46.840] The state of Tennessee has taken a stand and said that they are not going to implement agenda 21.
[35:46.840 --> 35:55.840] So Leila, I just wanted to get some more of your take on this and what can be done at the federal level to try to block this monstrosity?
[35:55.840 --> 36:00.840] Well, like I said earlier, I think definitely getting out of the UN is a good part of that.
[36:00.840 --> 36:10.840] Also, we're going to need people who are going to be bold enough to take on repealing executive orders from at least the last 30 years that have empowered this and given this opportunity.
[36:10.840 --> 36:19.840] We're going to need to defund the programs on the federal level that are even remotely a part of this because it's not just about the environment but in our education system.
[36:19.840 --> 36:24.840] They're using the Department of Education to help propagate their propaganda.
[36:24.840 --> 36:31.840] They are using, frankly, healthcare as an opportunity to help deal with their total plan for depopulation.
[36:31.840 --> 36:36.840] They want to dramatically reduce the population of the planet and they don't care which country they do it through.
[36:36.840 --> 36:44.840] They want to get rid of as many people as possible through sterilization and abortions and just ending your opportunity to have children.
[36:44.840 --> 36:52.840] So it's a multi-tentacled monster and we're going to need to pull it up at every level, cut off the tentacles and get them yanked out of every city.
[36:52.840 --> 37:01.840] And I want to encourage you also, I think it's also the city of Bryan here in Texas that has worked to kick agenda 21 out of their city council and get rid of it altogether.
[37:01.840 --> 37:08.840] So kudos to them for the work they've done but this is a multi-pronged attack.
[37:08.840 --> 37:16.840] It's a multi-front war and we're going to need people not just on the federal level to fight this but we need people to wake up on the local level and start fighting this.
[37:16.840 --> 37:20.840] I can get all of the executive orders repealed. I can get us out of the U.N.
[37:20.840 --> 37:26.840] I could do all that stuff and still we would fail because people don't pay attention to what's happening on the local level.
[37:26.840 --> 37:27.840]  That's where they've gotten in.
[37:27.840 --> 37:29.840]  Absolutely.
[37:29.840 --> 37:32.840] All right. Randy, you had a question for Leila.
[37:32.840 --> 37:36.840] Yes. And you essentially have been talking about it.
[37:36.840 --> 37:42.840] Agenda 21 is the epitome of federal preemption.
[37:42.840 --> 37:50.840] Federal preemption directly and federal preemption by the influx of federal money.
[37:50.840 --> 38:09.840] This is absolutely crazy from my perspective that we allow the federal government to extract funds from our states and then bring those funds back and buy off our politicians with the funds they took from us.
[38:09.840 --> 38:23.840] What can we do to hamstring the federal government from the perspective of preemption and keep them out of our state borders?
[38:23.840 --> 38:29.840] Well, I think first of all it's going to mean electing legislators on the state level who will say no more.
[38:29.840 --> 38:37.840] We need to elect local sheriffs who will look at federal bureaucrats as they come into the county and say you have 10 minutes to get out of my county or you'll be sitting in my county jail.
[38:37.840 --> 38:39.840] You have no authority here.
[38:39.840 --> 38:52.840] We need local sheriffs who will stand up to the EPA when it comes in and tries to stop people from the development of their own land when quite frankly the EPA standards are far worse than even the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality standards.
[38:52.840 --> 38:57.840] We're going to need state level legislators who will stop asking the federal government for money and for help.
[38:57.840 --> 39:12.840] I mean aside from the preemption part, which is absolutely awful, we have to look at the fact that what a high percentage of the dollars we send to Washington are lost in bureaucracy and administration and what a small percentage actually even comes back to us for the programs and projects they promise.
[39:12.840 --> 39:13.840]  It's theft.
[39:13.840 --> 39:17.840] When you take by force what you did not earn it's called stealing.
[39:17.840 --> 39:20.840] And frankly we all volunteer it because we all feel like we have a gun at our head.
[39:20.840 --> 39:29.840] When you're told you can go to jail if you don't surrender your hard-earned wages to a government that hasn't earned it most of the time, to me that's theft and it's a gun to your head.
[39:29.840 --> 39:33.840] So we're going to need legislators who will stand up and fight and say no more.
[39:33.840 --> 39:34.840] We need governors who will say it.
[39:34.840 --> 39:36.840] We need attorney generals who will say it.
[39:36.840 --> 39:38.840]  But again it's a multi-front war.
[39:38.840 --> 39:42.840] Lawsuits are important like you mentioned earlier, Debra, but not just that.
[39:42.840 --> 39:47.840] I mean we're going to need tax assessors and collectors who will not go along with this whole program and agenda.
[39:47.840 --> 39:51.840] We're going to need local mayors who will tell their legislators we do not want any port.
[39:51.840 --> 39:52.840] Quit trying to send it to us.
[39:52.840 --> 39:53.840] We are sending it back.
[39:53.840 --> 39:54.840]  We don't want it.
[39:54.840 --> 39:56.840] We're not doing those programs and projects.
[39:56.840 --> 40:05.840] It's going to mean quality legislators from top to bottom and if that doesn't work then the people are going to have to find other ways to say no more.
[40:05.840 --> 40:14.840] Whether it means they run themselves or they move on to a place that will agree with those ideas but it's a multi-front war.
[40:14.840 --> 40:15.840]  Absolutely.
[40:15.840 --> 40:24.840] And I remember a year or so back the Representative State House, Representative Charles Key in Oklahoma,
[40:24.840 --> 40:38.840] he had proposed some legislation at the state level for the state of Oklahoma basically which said that as far as the citizen's federal income tax money that normally goes directly to the IRS,
[40:38.840 --> 40:45.840] he proposed legislation that the state of Oklahoma first collect it and hold it in escrow
[40:45.840 --> 40:53.840] and if the federal government was acting in a manner that was egregious towards the state of Oklahoma or its citizens,
[40:53.840 --> 40:58.840] well then the state of Oklahoma would just send that money back and not send it on to the federal government.
[40:58.840 --> 41:06.840] I think that's a great idea as long as they can guarantee that the Oklahoma legislators won't just take that money and do something with it for themselves.
[41:06.840 --> 41:07.840]  That's true.
[41:07.840 --> 41:12.840] We got to remember, sinners aren't just in Washington, D.C. They're from top to bottom in our government.
[41:12.840 --> 41:17.840] We all have a human nature, all have a thin nature and we just need to keep an eye on everyone.
[41:17.840 --> 41:19.840] But I can definitely agree with that.
[41:19.840 --> 41:21.840] They do not need the money that they're getting.
[41:21.840 --> 41:26.840] And I really get frustrated when I hear people say, well federal dollars, federal dollars, no.
[41:26.840 --> 41:28.840]  These are taxpayer dollars.
[41:28.840 --> 41:34.840] When they leave your wallet and go to Washington, D.C., this magic person called federal doesn't suddenly appear.
[41:34.840 --> 41:41.840] This is taxpayer money, it has been taken by force, it is being distributed as favors to a lot of people
[41:41.840 --> 41:46.840] and it's not being distributed based on need and qualification and we need to deal with it.
[41:46.840 --> 41:52.840] This brings an issue that Deborah and I have talked about in the past.
[41:52.840 --> 42:04.840] Where does the local municipalities and county sheriffs get the authority to accept bribe money from the federal government?
[42:04.840 --> 42:10.840] Now, the federal government is essentially a foreign sovereign, a foreign entity.
[42:10.840 --> 42:15.840] If I go to the sheriff and offer him money to do something, they're going to throw me in jail.
[42:15.840 --> 42:20.840] If it's an honest sheriff, yes they will.
[42:20.840 --> 42:30.840] I can't find anything that authorizes my state officials to take money from a foreign sovereign.
[42:30.840 --> 42:38.840] You know, and I agree with you on that, but sadly, they're able to do it out of ignorance, our ignorance.
[42:38.840 --> 42:43.840] Most people, 99% of people, have no idea what the Constitution has to say on these issues,
[42:43.840 --> 42:47.840] has no idea what the Texas Constitution has to say on these issues.
[42:47.840 --> 42:51.840] So out of ignorance, we give them power, we give them authority.
[42:51.840 --> 42:57.840] But frankly, we do have a lot of people who feel like because they don't understand the process in each step of the way
[42:57.840 --> 43:02.840] and it's so normal for them, they feel like, oh no, these are my tax dollars, I want them back,
[43:02.840 --> 43:08.840] I want my city to get them for a highway project or a park project or a school, that sort of thing.
[43:08.840 --> 43:15.840] They don't know enough about the process and the programs and how it all works to realize how much they're hurting their own town,
[43:15.840 --> 43:20.840] their city, those projects. It's about an education, it's an education thing on our part.
[43:20.840 --> 43:26.840] Those of us who know better must give all that we have and all that we can to informing people, getting them up to speed.
[43:26.840 --> 43:33.840] I'll tell you, as I crisscross the state, I hear from people all the time who say to me, I had no idea, but now I'm glad I know.
[43:33.840 --> 43:37.840] Alright, well listen, we're cutting to break. Leila, can you finish out the hour with us?
[43:37.840 --> 43:38.840]  Without a doubt, that'd be great.
[43:38.840 --> 43:48.840] Okay, awesome. Callers, listeners, if you have a question for Leila Pittenger, 512-646-1984, she's going to finish out the hour with us
[43:48.840 --> 43:54.840] and we're going to talk about more issues of Extreme Important to us, hadn't even gotten into healthcare yet.
[43:54.840 --> 43:56.840]  We'll be right back, folks.
[44:01.840 --> 44:05.840] The Oklahoma City bombing. Top ten reasons to question the official story.
[44:05.840 --> 44:08.840] Reason number two, why was the ATF AWOL?
[44:08.840 --> 44:16.840] Paramedic Tiffany Bible, who is on the scene within five minutes, has stated in an affidavit that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms
[44:16.840 --> 44:19.840] told her that they were not in their office that morning.
[44:19.840 --> 44:23.840] EMT Catherine Mount also overheard one agent say to another, quote,
[44:23.840 --> 44:26.840] Is that why we got the page to not come in today? End quote.
[44:26.840 --> 44:33.840] Bruce Shaw, as interviewed on KFLR-TV, was also told by ATF agents that they had been paged to not come into work.
[44:33.840 --> 44:41.840] The ATF initially denied these claims and now variously claim that one of their agents was in a free-falling elevator, which has been disproven,
[44:41.840 --> 44:45.840] or that they had been in an all-night stakeout, or that they had been at a golf tournament.
[44:45.840 --> 44:50.840] As they try to sort out their lies, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning?
[44:50.840 --> 44:55.840] And if so, why did they not pass it on to others in the mural building?

[47:01.840 --> 47:18.840] Alright folks, we are back. We've got another segment with Leila Pittenger.
[47:18.840 --> 47:23.840] We've got a couple of callers on the line. Callers, if you would just hold for one moment.
[47:23.840 --> 47:37.840] I had a question for Leila concerning foreign aid and how she feels about sending our money overseas and also sending our money to Israel, which I know a lot of people support the nation of Israel.
[47:37.840 --> 47:47.840] And the way I feel about it personally is I don't think our federal government should be sending any of our taxpayers overseas at all, period, to any country.
[47:47.840 --> 47:52.840] And Leila has some feelings on this issue as well. So Leila, why don't you tell us where your stance is on that?
[47:52.840 --> 47:59.840] Well, I personally believe we need to end foreign aid, but a lot of people don't realize that it's only 1% of the federal budget.
[47:59.840 --> 48:04.840] Some people think that's going to suddenly solve some of our budgetary woes, and it won't.
[48:04.840 --> 48:17.840] But what it does do is it stops making taxpayers send money to countries that, quite frankly, hate us or are sending military people or terrorists to fight against our own military.
[48:17.840 --> 48:22.840] It's amazing what we're doing to fund our own enemies when it comes to these things.
[48:22.840 --> 48:25.840] But on top of that, my frustration with foreign aid to Israel is this.
[48:25.840 --> 48:35.840] Our government, our leadership uses that as a stick to beat Israel with into submission and tell them what they can and can't do, where they can build in their own country.
[48:35.840 --> 48:42.840] So whenever they do that, they're agreeing with Israel's enemies and saying that Israel is not a sovereign nation, that it's not allowed to make its own decisions.
[48:42.840 --> 48:52.840] I personally support Israel. I believe in God's call for Israel and its history, but I don't believe in our government telling them what they can and can't do.
[48:52.840 --> 49:01.840] So if we have to end foreign aid in order for them to be able to act like a sovereign nation and make their own decisions, then I do understand that without a doubt.
[49:01.840 --> 49:08.840] Ending foreign aid altogether for all nations would also cut about $12 billion off from Israel's enemies.
[49:08.840 --> 49:19.840] And the money we give Israel is about $4 to $5 billion, so even if we cut theirs, we would be cutting off $12 billion that is being used against them right now, and they would come out ahead in the balance.
[49:19.840 --> 49:31.840] Yes, and not only that. Ron Paul has said that if we cut off the funding to Israel, cut off all the funding to them and their enemies, but specifically he's referring to funding to Israel,
[49:31.840 --> 49:40.840] we take away their bully stick, and he likened it to the situation of the bully in the schoolyard swinging the baseball bat around.
[49:40.840 --> 49:47.840] The bully can only be the bully as long as you swing that baseball bat around. Once you take away that baseball bat, well then he has to learn how to get along with the other kids.
[49:47.840 --> 49:56.840] And so by taking away the funding, it would give a huge incentive to Israel to learn how to get along with their neighbors as well.
[49:56.840 --> 50:04.840] Well, and that may be possible, but part of the trick of that to me right now is Egypt is about to elect the Muslim Brotherhood as its leadership.
[50:04.840 --> 50:09.840] And this is a group of radicals and people who aren't interested in getting along with anyone.
[50:09.840 --> 50:17.840] And quite frankly, their faith or their interpretation of their faith has caused them to say that they don't care what it costs to destroy their enemies.
[50:17.840 --> 50:23.840] So I don't know that Israel is ever going to be able to get along with the Muslim Brotherhood. I sincerely doubt it.
[50:23.840 --> 50:27.840] But I'm all for ending foreign aid to Egypt so they can't use that money to get to Israel.
[50:27.840 --> 50:38.840] There you go. So speaking of foreign policy, how do you feel about all this, what I would call, U.S. occupation in so many countries?
[50:38.840 --> 50:42.840] I mean, we've got hundreds of military bases and hundreds of nations in all these endless wars.
[50:42.840 --> 50:45.840] Leila, how do you feel about that?
[50:45.840 --> 50:56.840] Well, frankly, I don't think we should be sending our troops abroad unless we have a declared war that's constitutionally declared, not just the president said NATO or the U.N. said they should go somewhere.
[50:56.840 --> 51:01.840] I have a problem with Obama and the way he's been doing that, but I have a problem with undeclared wars altogether.
[51:01.840 --> 51:06.840] I think that we need to come home from Iraq. We need to come home from Afghanistan for many reasons.
[51:06.840 --> 51:12.840] One, we accomplished the missions that they had, which was basically to get rid of those governments and replace them with other governments.
[51:12.840 --> 51:20.840] And frankly, sadly, because the administrations kind of wavered back and forth, we've replaced them, I think, with puppets of Iran and the Muslim Brotherhood.
[51:20.840 --> 51:25.840] But we've set ourselves up for that. But that doesn't mean that our soldiers have to continue to spend time away from their families anymore.
[51:25.840 --> 51:31.840] We have soldiers who are spending two and three and four and five tours in other nations. They are not with their families.
[51:31.840 --> 51:37.840] We have high divorce rates. We have high alcoholism rates, drug use rates. We have high suicide rates.
[51:37.840 --> 51:43.840] We're at the point, sadly, where we've had more soldiers commit suicide in one year than actually die in combat.
[51:43.840 --> 51:47.840] We are doing something wrong to our soldiers. We are not properly supporting our troops.
[51:47.840 --> 51:55.840] I think the best way to support them is bring them home, let them be with their families, let them heal, get the help they're going to need to deal with the PTSD and all the heartbreak.
[51:55.840 --> 52:00.840] That's the best way to support our troops. But we are not helping our situation in Afghanistan and Iraq.
[52:00.840 --> 52:07.840] When it comes to having bases in other countries, I can see the value in having a few bases around the world just for just-in-case measures,
[52:07.840 --> 52:16.840] when occasionally our military goes in to help with after disasters and hurricanes and earthquakes and that sort of thing, but not as many as we have now.
[52:16.840 --> 52:21.840] But, you know, I'm not an interventionist in the sense that I think we need to jump up for everything.
[52:21.840 --> 52:27.840] But I also remember from history we have men like Chairman Mao and Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler.
[52:27.840 --> 52:31.840] And sometimes those men have to be dealt with with the military.
[52:31.840 --> 52:35.840] All right, Leila, excellent points. We've got a couple of callers on the line.
[52:35.840 --> 52:40.840] We've got Joe from Texas and Bill from Arkansas. Joe, what is your question for Leila?
[52:40.840 --> 52:48.840] Leila, I was going to ask you, do you know of a lady, and I think she's out of California, wrote a book called Behind the Green Mask?
[52:48.840 --> 52:51.840]  I don't think I'm familiar with that book, Joe.
[52:51.840 --> 52:54.840]  That's Rosa Corey. It's a book about Agenda 21.
[52:54.840 --> 53:01.840] Oh, wait. And let me ask you this. Is she a woman who's a Democrat but is against Agenda 21 and she's traveling the country?
[53:01.840 --> 53:02.840]  Yes.
[53:02.840 --> 53:05.840] Yes, I have heard of her, but I hadn't heard the title of the book.
[53:05.840 --> 53:08.840] Okay. I just wanted to ask if you knew about that.
[53:08.840 --> 53:11.840] Yes, she actually is speaking. Go ahead.
[53:11.840 --> 53:17.840] I'm here in Austin, Texas, and I've been addressing Agenda 21 of city council and they just don't want to hear it.
[53:17.840 --> 53:23.840] No, they don't. No, they don't. Money and control makes a lot of people's ears deaf, Joe.
[53:23.840 --> 53:27.840] Yes, and Leila has already expressed that she's against Agenda 21.
[53:27.840 --> 53:30.840] Joe, we're going to have to let you go because you've got a real bad connection.
[53:30.840 --> 53:34.840] We've got Bill from Arkansas now. Bill, what is your question for Leila?
[53:34.840 --> 53:46.840] Hi. Yes. I want to ask, what would you say to someone who agrees with many of your views, including your views on personal liberty,
[53:46.840 --> 54:01.840] but is unsure about when a fetus becomes a human being and values the personal liberty of the woman to make decisions for her life
[54:01.840 --> 54:09.840] and also values the individual rights of other human beings?
[54:09.840 --> 54:12.840] Wait a minute. Hold on. Hold on. Do you have a question?
[54:12.840 --> 54:18.840] Whenever that becomes a baby, it becomes, you know, what would you say to somebody who, you know,
[54:18.840 --> 54:32.840] doesn't know when the law should interfere in someone's decision to, you know, what to do with their body?
[54:32.840 --> 54:43.840] Well, here's my question to you, and that would be, is it any other species when it isn't in her womb?
[54:43.840 --> 54:44.840]  Hello?
[54:44.840 --> 54:45.840]  I don't know.
[54:45.840 --> 54:48.840]  It's not. It's a human being when it's in her womb.
[54:48.840 --> 54:54.840] It took the sperm of a human being and the egg of a human being to create this child in her womb,
[54:54.840 --> 54:59.840] and at conception, I believe it is life, and I think our founders took life very seriously
[54:59.840 --> 55:02.840] because they said life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,
[55:02.840 --> 55:05.840] and they didn't put liberty or the pursuit of happiness before life,
[55:05.840 --> 55:09.840] and as we all know about our founders, they were very deliberate in their word choices
[55:09.840 --> 55:12.840] and what particular words they used as well as the order they placed them.
[55:12.840 --> 55:17.840] I think it's very important we realize that without life, there is no liberty and there is no pursuit of happiness.
[55:17.840 --> 55:22.840] Now, these women that have to go, that decide that they have to go in and have an abortion,
[55:22.840 --> 55:25.840] if it's not a life, why do you have to kill it?
[55:25.840 --> 55:29.840] And if we want to talk about a woman's right to choose or a woman's reproductive health,
[55:29.840 --> 55:33.840] then we need to talk about the fact that half the babies in the womb are women,
[55:33.840 --> 55:40.840] that if that child died and she lost it by accident by an accidental abortion for whatever reason,
[55:40.840 --> 55:44.840] for health or whatever reason, we would say that it was a death.
[55:44.840 --> 55:47.840] It would have a death certificate, but if they decide they don't want the child,
[55:47.840 --> 55:50.840]  suddenly that's not a death. It's a choice.
[55:50.840 --> 55:54.840] And frankly, the women in the womb, where are their healthcare rights?
[55:54.840 --> 55:56.840] Where are their reproductive rights?
[55:56.840 --> 55:59.840] If they're being murdered in the womb, then they are told they don't have reproductive rights.
[55:59.840 --> 56:03.840] And sadly, we even have people who, they think through logic,
[56:03.840 --> 56:07.840] say that a human being isn't really a human being until it can take care of itself.
[56:07.840 --> 56:13.840] So babies, they argue, can still be killed after they've left the womb because they're not self-caring.
[56:13.840 --> 56:17.840]  They cannot function independently, and that's a problem.
[56:17.840 --> 56:19.840]  That's how I feel about it.
[56:19.840 --> 56:25.840] I think that the women and the men in the womb have full rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
[56:25.840 --> 56:27.840]  Excellent points, Leila.
[56:27.840 --> 56:29.840] All right, we are coming up on the top of the hour.
[56:29.840 --> 56:34.840] We've got about two minutes left, so why don't you just give us a wrap up here, Leila,
[56:34.840 --> 56:38.840] and just summarize here the issues that are most important to you
[56:38.840 --> 56:41.840] and give out your website again and how people can help you.
[56:41.840 --> 56:44.840] Great. Well, Deborah, I thank you so much for your time this evening.
[56:44.840 --> 56:46.840]  And again, it's Leila Pittinger.
[56:46.840 --> 56:49.840]  My website is LeilaForSenate.com.
[56:49.840 --> 56:53.840] If you throw my name in your search engine like StartPage.com, you'll find me pretty quickly.
[56:53.840 --> 56:57.840] I'm in this race because I believe we have some very important voices missing.
[56:57.840 --> 56:59.840] We're missing the conservative women in this country.
[56:59.840 --> 57:02.840] We are missing the young people in this country in the Senate.
[57:02.840 --> 57:05.840] We are missing a greater variety of backgrounds in the Senate.
[57:05.840 --> 57:08.840] There are eight men and myself in this race.
[57:08.840 --> 57:10.840] Each one of them is great for different reasons,
[57:10.840 --> 57:14.840] but the reality is if we elect any one of them, those three voices will still be missing,
[57:14.840 --> 57:21.840] and that's a very important part of what we need for our republic to not only survive but to thrive.
[57:21.840 --> 57:26.840] I think we need young people who are freedom-focused, who are fearless forward thinkers
[57:26.840 --> 57:29.840] out front right now to start leading the way for this generation.
[57:29.840 --> 57:33.840] Absolutely, and I think it goes without saying that you're against the Obamacare
[57:33.840 --> 57:35.840] and all this government healthcare business.
[57:35.840 --> 57:36.840] We didn't even get to that one.
[57:36.840 --> 57:39.840] Why don't you give us just a few thoughts on that before we end the show?
[57:39.840 --> 57:43.840] Well, I'm actually the only one in the U.S. Senate race who has hands-on experience with healthcare
[57:43.840 --> 57:47.840]  because I've been a full-time caregiver for my husband's grandmother.
[57:47.840 --> 57:49.840] We've been doing it for the last six years.
[57:49.840 --> 57:51.840] I actually know how oppressive this is.
[57:51.840 --> 57:53.840]  It's not just unconstitutional.
[57:53.840 --> 57:55.840] It is slavery for the women in this country.
[57:55.840 --> 57:58.840] And there's also they have the death panels and all that kind of stuff,
[57:58.840 --> 58:00.840]  and I think it's just absolutely horrific.
[58:00.840 --> 58:05.840] I think that healthcare needs to be in the hands of the people who are seeking it
[58:05.840 --> 58:07.840] and in the hands of their healthcare providers.
[58:07.840 --> 58:09.840] Lila, thank you so much.
[58:09.840 --> 58:12.840] Again, folks, Lila Pittenger for U.S. Senate.
[58:12.840 --> 58:18.840]  That's Lila for Senate, L-E-L-A-4-F-O-R, Senate, S-E-N-A-T-E.
[58:18.840 --> 58:22.840]  She is a woman after Ron Paul's heart, I would say.
[58:22.840 --> 58:24.840]  She is a real spitfire.
[58:24.840 --> 58:27.840] Like I said before, she is beautiful as well.
[58:27.840 --> 58:30.840]  Please go to her website, LilaForSenate.com.
[58:30.840 --> 58:32.840] Lila, thank you so much for joining us tonight.
[58:32.840 --> 58:34.840] Thank you, Debra. You guys have a blessed weekend.
[58:34.840 --> 58:35.840] All right, you as well.
[58:35.840 --> 58:37.840] All right, folks, good night.
[58:37.840 --> 58:39.840] All right, folks, we'll be back for hour two.
[58:39.840 --> 58:42.840] After the top of the hour break, this is the rule of law,
[58:42.840 --> 58:45.840]  RuleOfLawRadio.com and LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[58:45.840 --> 59:12.840] We will be right back.
[59:15.840 --> 59:25.840]  We'll be right back.
[59:45.840 --> 01:00:05.840] Remember Facebook's pledge to stop using tracking cookies to spy on users?
[01:00:05.840 --> 01:00:08.840] Well, the cookies are back and creepier than ever.
[01:00:08.840 --> 01:00:14.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht and I'll tell you how Facebook snoops on users even after they log off next.
[01:00:14.840 --> 01:00:16.840]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:00:16.840 --> 01:00:19.840] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:00:19.840 --> 01:00:24.840] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too.
[01:00:24.840 --> 01:00:29.840] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[01:00:29.840 --> 01:00:32.840]  Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[01:00:32.840 --> 01:00:35.840] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[01:00:35.840 --> 01:00:39.840] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:00:39.840 --> 01:00:43.840]  Start over with StartPage.
[01:00:43.840 --> 01:00:47.840] Cookies are bits of data stored on your computer when you visit websites,
[01:00:47.840 --> 01:00:50.840] and many sites are using them to secretly monitor your browsing.
[01:00:50.840 --> 01:00:55.840] They're privacy poison and favorites of the social networking site, Facebook.
[01:00:55.840 --> 01:00:59.840] When Facebook was caught using tracking cookies a while back, they promised to stop.
[01:00:59.840 --> 01:01:06.840] But an Australian blogger has discovered those tracking cookies are once again watching visitors on Facebook-integrated sites,
[01:01:06.840 --> 01:01:09.840] even when the users don't have Facebook accounts.
[01:01:09.840 --> 01:01:10.840]  Yikes.
[01:01:10.840 --> 01:01:14.840] Lawsuits are already underway, but if you really want to protect yourself from online data grabs,
[01:01:14.840 --> 01:01:18.840] configure your browser to automatically delete cookies.
[01:01:18.840 --> 01:01:21.840] And beware of Facebook, just as you would any other thief.
[01:01:21.840 --> 01:01:23.840]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[01:01:23.840 --> 01:01:26.840]  More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:01:34.840 --> 01:01:37.840] Listen up, peanut allergy sufferers.
[01:01:37.840 --> 01:01:42.840] When you eat chocolate, doctors may be able to wean you onto peanuts without a reaction.
[01:01:42.840 --> 01:01:46.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and in a moment, I'll give you the yummy news.
[01:01:46.840 --> 01:01:48.840]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:01:48.840 --> 01:01:52.840] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:01:52.840 --> 01:01:57.840] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:01:57.840 --> 01:02:02.840] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[01:02:02.840 --> 01:02:05.840]  Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[01:02:05.840 --> 01:02:08.840] StartPage is brought to you by StartPage.com,
[01:02:08.840 --> 01:02:12.840] the private search engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[01:02:12.840 --> 01:02:15.840]  Start over with StartPage.
[01:02:15.840 --> 01:02:21.840] If you're allergic and wind up in the hospital for eating just one peanut, have I got sweet news.
[01:02:21.840 --> 01:02:26.840] A careful regimen of chocolate mixed with peanut flour may reduce your allergy.
[01:02:26.840 --> 01:02:32.840] British researchers monitored 22 kids and teenagers with severe peanut reactions.
[01:02:32.840 --> 01:02:37.840] By eating them chocolate with small but increasing quantities of peanuts over a period of three years,
[01:02:37.840 --> 01:02:42.840] nearly all of the allergy sufferers were able to work their way up to five peanuts a day.
[01:02:42.840 --> 01:02:47.840] If you're allergic to nuts, I'm not sure you'll be eating peanut butter sandwiches anytime soon.
[01:02:47.840 --> 01:02:50.840] But an occasional nut in a cookie? Someday you may.
[01:02:50.840 --> 01:02:52.840]  Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, anyone?
[01:02:52.840 --> 01:03:02.840] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht for StartPage.com, the world's most private search engine.
[01:03:02.840 --> 01:03:05.840] Looking for some truth? You found it.
[01:03:05.840 --> 01:03:24.840]  LogosRadioNetwork.com
[01:03:35.840 --> 01:03:52.840]  Okay, we're back.
[01:03:52.840 --> 01:03:56.840] This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, Lila Bla Radio.
[01:03:56.840 --> 01:03:59.840]  And Lila was great.
[01:03:59.840 --> 01:04:03.840]  She was a good dynamic guest.
[01:04:03.840 --> 01:04:05.840]  She was smart.
[01:04:05.840 --> 01:04:10.840] I asked her on one of the breaks, didn't they have an intelligence test for the Senate?
[01:04:10.840 --> 01:04:13.840] And if you passed it, you couldn't go in.
[01:04:13.840 --> 01:04:19.840] And she assured me that wasn't the case, even though it appeared that way.
[01:04:19.840 --> 01:04:26.840] But I did have something, I want to kind of bring an update on what's going on.
[01:04:26.840 --> 01:04:38.840] I'm seeing it as something changing in our dealings with the courts in the real estate issue, but it's more indicative of what's going on in general.
[01:04:38.840 --> 01:04:55.840] We just had some information out of California that the legislature is talking about cutting several hundred million from the civil law budgets.
[01:04:55.840 --> 01:05:03.840] Now it's interesting that they're only going to cut from the civil law budgets and not the criminal.
[01:05:03.840 --> 01:05:15.840] And that's because the criminal side is a virtual pool of money. It does nothing but generate income.
[01:05:15.840 --> 01:05:17.840]  Cash cow.
[01:05:17.840 --> 01:05:20.840]  That's what I was looking for, cash cow.
[01:05:20.840 --> 01:05:31.840] And the civil is not. The civil doesn't generate people on probation paying 50 to 100 bucks a month for the rest of their lives.
[01:05:31.840 --> 01:05:35.840] So they're only cutting the civil side.
[01:05:35.840 --> 01:05:42.840] But that is having a serious effect on the politics of the courts.
[01:05:42.840 --> 01:06:02.840] We had someone go in last Friday to a hearing where she had filed a suit and the lender, instead of sending the Rule 12 motion to dismiss to the address she had had for the last 20 years, they come up with another address and sent it to him.
[01:06:02.840 --> 01:06:07.840] So she didn't get it. And they got a no answer default.
[01:06:07.840 --> 01:06:15.840] Well, I prepared her a motion for reconsideration based on lack of notice.
[01:06:15.840 --> 01:06:25.840] And the only way she found out about it was she got a notice one day before a hearing, an eviction hearing.
[01:06:25.840 --> 01:06:37.840] So we filed a plea and abatement and stopped the eviction hearing and a motion for reconsideration. And I told her going in, I said, you have to expect you're going in pro se.
[01:06:37.840 --> 01:06:40.840] The court's going to rule against you out of hand.
[01:06:40.840 --> 01:06:57.840] We've got almost 600 lawsuits out. And the courts regularly rule against pro se litigants out of hand makes no difference if you have the law and the facts on your side.
[01:06:57.840 --> 01:07:07.840] Because the federal courts especially are not just corrupt, they are absolutely corrupt.
[01:07:07.840 --> 01:07:18.840] And we tell people the only thing we have going for us is that they are so corrupt that even the guys who's paid them off can't trust them.
[01:07:18.840 --> 01:07:27.840] So nobody wants to go to court. And this is what I told her. Don't worry about it. We have things we can do. We've developed a strategy to deal with that.
[01:07:27.840 --> 01:07:42.840] So she went to court. She called me when she got out and said she went into court and the judge granted her motion for reconsideration immediately.
[01:07:42.840 --> 01:07:50.840] And then looked at the original pleading and that was our standing suit.
[01:07:50.840 --> 01:08:01.840] We said to the law firm doing the foreclosure, who the heck are you? We don't know who you are. We never entered into a contract with you.
[01:08:01.840 --> 01:08:06.840] We never entered into a contract with your alleged principal.
[01:08:06.840 --> 01:08:20.840] So that's the only issue in the suit. One thing. FDCPA, that's validation. Validate who you are.
[01:08:20.840 --> 01:08:32.840] And the court told her that he complimented her on the suit and said this information used to be secret.
[01:08:32.840 --> 01:08:43.840] It's not secret anymore. And then went about instructing her what she had to do to give him precisely what he needed.
[01:08:43.840 --> 01:08:55.840] And I read that as this judge telling her that we used to screw everybody because we could get away with it.
[01:08:55.840 --> 01:09:05.840] But now it's coming out in the public and we can't get away with screwing everybody. Now the politics is changing.
[01:09:05.840 --> 01:09:12.840] And now it's more politically expedient for us to rule in your favor.
[01:09:12.840 --> 01:09:26.840] Now I don't like the politics, but the politics is a reality and we've been talking about that on the show for a while that you're not going to win your case because you got the law and the facts on your side, not in this country.
[01:09:26.840 --> 01:09:32.840] You win your case if you have the politics on your side. Well, folks, the politics is changing.
[01:09:32.840 --> 01:09:42.840] These judges in these courts are seeing big problems coming at them and they're seeing the public waking up.
[01:09:42.840 --> 01:09:52.840] They're getting more and more pro se litigants coming into their courts because nobody trusts lawyers.
[01:09:52.840 --> 01:10:00.840] The most dangerous man in the courtroom to your position is your lawyer.
[01:10:00.840 --> 01:10:15.840] And we've had a number of stories here lately of one in particular where a ex appellate court judge was appointed to represent someone so that he could screw him.
[01:10:15.840 --> 01:10:22.840] Specifically so that he could take away the person's rights and force him to be into a conviction.
[01:10:22.840 --> 01:10:30.840] I have someone else that called me out of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and that is exactly.
[01:10:30.840 --> 01:10:38.840] He's got an attorney, court appointed attorney that the courts are not going to pay him anymore, but he's working pro bono.
[01:10:38.840 --> 01:10:44.840] But I ask him, why is he doing that? And he said, I don't know. He keeps telling me I have to accept a deal.
[01:10:44.840 --> 01:10:52.840] I said he couldn't get you to take a deal when they paid him. Now they're telling him you better get this guy to take a deal.
[01:10:52.840 --> 01:11:00.840] We're not going to pay you. To force people to take deals anymore, because that's what they're doing with these attorneys.
[01:11:00.840 --> 01:11:10.840] If you're a court appointed counsel. Your duty to the court is to force your client to take a deal and nobody cares if you're guilty or innocent.
[01:11:10.840 --> 01:11:26.840] But because of that kind of nonsense, we have the public is getting absolutely disgusted with lawyers and are refusing to use them and are going in on their own.
[01:11:26.840 --> 01:11:34.840] And I sincerely hope that Eddie Craig, Deborah Stevens, and Randy Kelton have something to do with that.
[01:11:34.840 --> 01:11:43.840] That is certainly our intention. So whether we had anything to do with it or not, that does seem to be the trend.
[01:11:43.840 --> 01:11:55.840] And the trend is that this sleeping giant, he's not so sleepy anymore. He's waking up and he is not a happy camper.
[01:11:55.840 --> 01:12:06.840] He does not like what he sees. And it appears as though he's ready to flush this toilet that we have for a political system.
[01:12:06.840 --> 01:12:16.840] And I suspect in this next election, we're going to see a larger turnover than we saw in the last one.
[01:12:16.840 --> 01:12:27.840] Because it's becoming clear that nobody knows who to vote for. You have an occasional bright spot like Leila show up.
[01:12:27.840 --> 01:12:39.840] But for the most part, you've got these same bureaucratic dunderheads who spew the same rhetoric and nobody trusts them.
[01:12:39.840 --> 01:12:48.840] So when you don't know who to vote for, you certainly know who to vote against. And I suspect with the next congressional election,
[01:12:48.840 --> 01:13:00.840] the last one we had 63 new state representatives elected new congressmen. In this one, they expect it to be an even greater turnover.
[01:13:00.840 --> 01:13:15.840] And the last one was the largest turnover in history. This one to be even greater. Now, we may not have a legislature filled with honest politicians,
[01:13:15.840 --> 01:13:23.840] but we will have a legislature filled with politicians that haven't had a chance to get bought out yet.
[01:13:23.840 --> 01:13:33.840] We have a lot of freshmen politicians who still think that they can do the right thing and still believe it is their duty to do the right thing.
[01:13:33.840 --> 01:13:45.840] So we have a great opportunity coming up to change things. And I see it, see the courts responding to it. They see the writing on the wall.
[01:13:45.840 --> 01:13:54.840] So I'm encouraged. I'm looking forward to this next year or two to be a time of great change.
[01:13:54.840 --> 01:14:09.840] I know we've talked about this in the past. Every time you have a period of great difficulty, it's also a period of great opportunity, an opportunity for change.
[01:14:09.840 --> 01:14:22.840] So I'm encouraging everyone listening to not be so overwhelmed by all the bad things you hear happening.
[01:14:22.840 --> 01:14:33.840] The good part about that is, is you're hearing about it. In generations past, the same bad things were happening and you just never heard about it.
[01:14:33.840 --> 01:14:50.840] And the country went through a major depression about every 50 years. As a matter of fact, this exact same cycle has occurred since economic records have been kept.
[01:14:50.840 --> 01:15:07.840] That should tell us all something. We're not in a period of unusual and unprecedented corruption. We're simply at a point in the cycle.
[01:15:07.840 --> 01:15:26.840] It's happened over and over. I read an account from a book called The Earth Chronicles by Zacharias Sitchin. And in there, he was interpreting ancient Sumerian texts, the oldest known writing.
[01:15:26.840 --> 01:15:48.840] And he mentioned, he talked about a tablet by an early king who declared that he was reasserting the old law because those in positions of political power and money had so perverted the law that the common people could not achieve justice.
[01:15:48.840 --> 01:16:01.840] So he was reasserting the old law. Sound familiar, guys? That was 6000 years ago. That's when we first started keeping records.
[01:16:01.840 --> 01:16:21.840] It's not going to change now. This is not an anomaly. This is not the end of the world. This is just a part of a cycle. And you and I were lucky enough to be put here in this time, in this place with opportunity to do something absolutely wonderful.
[01:16:21.840 --> 01:16:33.840] May be hard, but if it was easy, everybody would be doing it. So if you think you're having difficulty, it's okay. It's an opportunity for us to make great change.
[01:16:33.840 --> 01:16:59.840] Our phone lines are open. And if you think I'm full of baloney, call me and tell me. We'll talk about it. Call in number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back on the other side.

[01:19:24.840 --> 01:19:40.840] I was blindsided, but now I can see your plan. You put the fear in my pockets, took the money from my hand. Ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again.
[01:19:40.840 --> 01:20:09.840] Ain't gonna fool me. Ain't gonna drop me with that same old sucker punch. I get it now, but then I must have been down too much.
[01:20:09.840 --> 01:20:19.840] Back then you had room to move, but now you're feeling the crunch. Ain't gonna get me with that same old sucker punch.
[01:20:39.840 --> 01:20:51.840]  I think they are terrified.
[01:20:51.840 --> 01:20:53.840]  I'm sorry?
[01:20:53.840 --> 01:20:55.840]  I think they're terrified.
[01:20:55.840 --> 01:21:15.840] In looking at all of this, I think there's somebody else. We think of the banks as the elephant in the corner. I don't think they're the elephants in the corner. I think they're little mice running around, stepping on all the ants.
[01:21:15.840 --> 01:21:28.840] And there are some elephants in the corner, but it's not the banks. It's those people who fund the banks. And I believe the banks know this.
[01:21:28.840 --> 01:21:54.840] And those elephants that fund the banks are using them. And it appears as though we have a lot of small banks popping up all over the place. And what I think I'm seeing happening, especially with this $2 to $5 billion supposed mistake by JP Morgan, horse manure.
[01:21:54.840 --> 01:22:06.840] That is no mistake. That's them raping the bank. That's the elephants pulling their money out of the banks. They're going to collapse these banks.
[01:22:06.840 --> 01:22:29.840] Too big to fail, my behind. These guys are out there building small banks as fast as they can, pulling the money out of the big banks, building the small banks. They're going to collapse the big bank and then use the small banks to pick all that business back up, reconclomerate, to be right back where they were, ready to run this routine on the next generation.
[01:22:29.840 --> 01:22:41.840] That's what I see happening. And those guys that are in the banks, they can see the writing on this wall. We see more and more pressure toward prosecution.
[01:22:41.840 --> 01:23:10.840] Before the last congressional election, the legislature set aside $200 million for the FBI to study financial white collar crime. And when that happened, this was in March, and I told them that we're likely to see indictments start coming down around June or July, and then September, November, they'll start prosecuting.
[01:23:10.840 --> 01:23:26.840] Just before the election, so it'll be in the news. The indictments came down on time, but there wasn't much in the way of prosecution. If there was, you didn't hear about it. It all kind of died out.
[01:23:26.840 --> 01:23:42.840] And before that election, we were telling people that legislatures are going into the election with a 12% approval rating. They need a scapegoat to throw at the voter, and the only one available is the lender.
[01:23:42.840 --> 01:24:00.840] And we expected them to throw them to the wolves, and we intended to be the wolves. Well, they did that. But what we didn't expect was them to throw them under the bus and run over them a couple of times first. And then after the election, what they had started continued.
[01:24:00.840 --> 01:24:18.840] But we had a set of courts that are very, very slow to change what they're doing. And the courts resisted any change as long as they could, but the pressure kept building with more and more outrageous stories.
[01:24:18.840 --> 01:24:40.840] Frankly, from Vietnam, I learned to not trust anything I hear from the government. And you're hearing a lot of song and dance and celtic down your pants about MERS, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems,
[01:24:40.840 --> 01:24:58.840] and how MERS has screwed up everything and how the banks sent all their paperwork to MERS and MERS scanned it in their system and then shredded the originals. That's a bunch of horse manure. They didn't do any such thing.
[01:24:58.840 --> 01:25:17.840] The banks have held out MERS like a red flag, and they're waving it in front of us, and they're saying, look at this bad guy, look at this bad guy, when in fact there is a real problem.
[01:25:17.840 --> 01:25:36.840] And the last thing they want you to do is look the man behind the curtain, because the man behind the curtain are those operators, those actors that committed acts that were absolutely, horrendously criminal.
[01:25:36.840 --> 01:25:53.840] And they do not want you looking at them. They want you looking at MERS, some company that has no employees, that has six employees, that really doesn't actually exist except on paper.
[01:25:53.840 --> 01:26:09.840] So there's no one here to go after. This is all smoke and mirrors. The problem is it's coming apart at the seams. And I think the bankers are aware that the elephant in the corner is about to dump them.
[01:26:09.840 --> 01:26:25.840] We're coming up on another congressional election, and this time they're going in with a 9% going in. Last time it was 12 going in, it was 10 by the time they got there. And it's gone down since then. The last figures I heard was 9%.
[01:26:25.840 --> 01:26:46.840] I suspect it's a lot lower by now. And they still need a scapegoat, and I see the government investigations and the chest thumping and the flag waving increasing and the finger pointing increasing toward this election.
[01:26:46.840 --> 01:27:05.840] And from our perspective, those who have mortgages and have issues with the bank, this will serve us. Whether it helps the congressmen get elected or not, I don't know, but it will help us because they open doors that can't be closed.
[01:27:05.840 --> 01:27:21.840] They opened doors at the last election that could not be closed behind them, and it started this trickle of information coming out, and now it's turning into a flood.
[01:27:21.840 --> 01:27:36.840] When I saw the program on 60 Minutes about the robo-signers, I almost couldn't believe that those in power didn't stop that from being presented.
[01:27:36.840 --> 01:27:51.840] I talked to Pastor Masset about it, and I said, they didn't open the floodgates. They broke them down. This means all bets are off, and that's exactly how it's turned out.
[01:27:51.840 --> 01:28:06.840] Now I have people that are working with us. One person hasn't paid his mortgage in two years, and a real estate agent came by and asked him if he wanted to do a short sale.
[01:28:06.840 --> 01:28:14.840] And he said, no, but why hasn't the bank foreclosed? And he said the bank has all the inventory that they can deal with.
[01:28:14.840 --> 01:28:28.840] They didn't foreclose because they didn't want any more toxic assets they had to deal with. So the banks are reaching a tipping point.
[01:28:28.840 --> 01:28:47.840] They're reaching a point where this can't go on, and I think those individuals that are part of this, I know those people who work for the loan companies and the real estate agencies are terrified because they knew what they were doing was wrong and illegal.
[01:28:47.840 --> 01:28:59.840] And now they're afraid this is all going to start coming back on them, and they have very good reason to be afraid because it looks like that's exactly what's going to happen.
[01:28:59.840 --> 01:29:10.840] Those higher up will try to spread the blame around to as many people as they can, and these guys will start a feeding frenzy. It's already beginning.
[01:29:10.840 --> 01:29:23.840] That's kind of my perspective. I think the whole thing's coming apart on them, and if you have a mortgage, take an action as quickly as you can.
[01:29:23.840 --> 01:29:33.840] They're going to try to do something to short circuit all of this, and those who are already in the court and have a claim made won't be preempted.
[01:29:33.840 --> 01:29:47.840] So if you have an issue, bring it quickly. You could run out of time. This is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig, Ruth Bell Radio. Our call-in number is 512-646-1984.
[01:29:47.840 --> 01:29:59.840] Robert, I see you there. Ramon, hang on. I'll pick you up on the other side. We'll be right back.
[01:29:59.840 --> 01:30:04.840] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11.
[01:30:04.840 --> 01:30:11.840] The government says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers concluded it was a controlled demolition.
[01:30:11.840 --> 01:30:14.840] Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives.
[01:30:14.840 --> 01:30:17.840] Thousands of my fellow first responders are dying.
[01:30:17.840 --> 01:30:18.840]  I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
[01:30:18.840 --> 01:30:19.840]  I'm a structural engineer.
[01:30:19.840 --> 01:30:21.840]  I'm a New York City correction officer.
[01:30:21.840 --> 01:30:22.840]  I'm an Air Force pilot.
[01:30:22.840 --> 01:30:23.840]  I'm a father who lost his son.
[01:30:23.840 --> 01:30:26.840] We're Americans, and we deserve the truth.

[01:32:04.840 --> 01:32:20.840]  LogosRadioNetwork.com
[01:32:34.840 --> 01:32:53.840]  Logos Radio Network.com
[01:32:53.840 --> 01:32:57.840] Ramon, was that what you were asking?
[01:32:57.840 --> 01:33:04.840] Yes. That's, uh... Yeah, I was kind of suspecting that.
[01:33:04.840 --> 01:33:08.840] So I was just curious what your observation has been.
[01:33:08.840 --> 01:33:10.840] So let me ask you something else.
[01:33:10.840 --> 01:33:14.840] Real quick, Wayne, this will be my last question, but in regards to the court,
[01:33:14.840 --> 01:33:18.840] so you kind of talked about it a little bit, but so what are the...
[01:33:18.840 --> 01:33:23.840] When the civil budgets are being cut, I don't quite understand what you mean by it.
[01:33:23.840 --> 01:33:27.840] How is that... I mean, like, what is that...
[01:33:27.840 --> 01:33:31.840] People that work in the courts, what does that mean to them?
[01:33:31.840 --> 01:33:33.840] Like, what does that mean? Like, oh, we're in...
[01:33:33.840 --> 01:33:37.840] That means that a lot of people are going to be laid off,
[01:33:37.840 --> 01:33:45.840] that the courts that are already heavily backlogged will almost grind to a halt.
[01:33:45.840 --> 01:33:51.840] Now, this was California. We haven't heard this kind of talk in Texas.
[01:33:51.840 --> 01:33:59.840] But if you have a foreclosure issue in California,
[01:33:59.840 --> 01:34:06.840] and the lender tries to foreclose and you file suit in the civil courts,
[01:34:06.840 --> 01:34:11.840] they're likely to be there until everybody gets old.
[01:34:11.840 --> 01:34:15.840] It will just shut things down.
[01:34:15.840 --> 01:34:21.840] But I am afraid that they will crank up the criminal side.
[01:34:21.840 --> 01:34:24.840]  There's a big problem with that.
[01:34:24.840 --> 01:34:34.840] The 2003 report by the Governor's Criminal Justice Oversight Council,
[01:34:34.840 --> 01:34:38.840] they give a biannual report to the Governor.
[01:34:38.840 --> 01:34:43.840] In 2003, they complained about the prison overcrowding,
[01:34:43.840 --> 01:34:50.840] and they complained that it was the result of all the deal-making
[01:34:50.840 --> 01:34:54.840] in the criminal courts that put people on probation,
[01:34:54.840 --> 01:34:59.840] a good number who should never have been prosecuted in the first place.
[01:34:59.840 --> 01:35:05.840] And then if they violate probation, that goes to mandatory jail time.
[01:35:05.840 --> 01:35:09.840] And that's what was filling up the courts, not an increase in crime,
[01:35:09.840 --> 01:35:16.840] when in fact there had been, over the period, a very dramatic decrease in crime.
[01:35:16.840 --> 01:35:20.840] For the last 20 years, crime has been decreasing across the board,
[01:35:20.840 --> 01:35:22.840] according to the FBI statistics.
[01:35:22.840 --> 01:35:24.840] But the jails are filling up even more,
[01:35:24.840 --> 01:35:29.840] and that's because we have prosecutors in counties
[01:35:29.840 --> 01:35:33.840] that are generating more revenue for the county.
[01:35:33.840 --> 01:35:38.840] I went through the records in Wise County several years ago.
[01:35:38.840 --> 01:35:45.840] In six months, there were 1,653 felony indictments brought.
[01:35:45.840 --> 01:35:50.840]  This is in a small county, a county of 40,000.
[01:35:50.840 --> 01:35:55.840] According to the court record, one person pled not guilty.
[01:35:55.840 --> 01:36:01.840] Out of 1,653, he was prosecuted, found guilty, had it overturned on appeal.
[01:36:01.840 --> 01:36:05.840] They had one trial that couldn't get it right.
[01:36:05.840 --> 01:36:10.840] There were six fines assessed.
[01:36:10.840 --> 01:36:15.840] And I looked at it and said, what in the world is going on?
[01:36:15.840 --> 01:36:19.840]  Why six fines only?
[01:36:19.840 --> 01:36:23.840] And then I did some research to see where the money went.
[01:36:23.840 --> 01:36:26.840] Fines go to the general fund.
[01:36:26.840 --> 01:36:29.840] Probation fees go to the county.
[01:36:29.840 --> 01:36:35.840] They put everybody on probation and charged them as much in probation fees as they could bear.
[01:36:35.840 --> 01:36:40.840] And if anybody had any money left over, they charged them a fine as well.
[01:36:40.840 --> 01:36:43.840] This is all about generating revenue for the county.
[01:36:43.840 --> 01:36:51.840] The problem with it is that it flooded the prisons with people who should never have been there,
[01:36:51.840 --> 01:36:56.840]  and then that cost the state $30,000 a year, so it's self-defeating.
[01:36:56.840 --> 01:37:09.840] We have this horrible, horrible mess by individuals acting toward their own expediency in absolute, horrendous violation of law.
[01:37:09.840 --> 01:37:18.840] And as a result, the taxpayers are being overburdened to try to cover this.
[01:37:18.840 --> 01:37:26.840] They want more money from the taxpayer, but we're spending all we can to pay for these people in prison who shouldn't be there
[01:37:26.840 --> 01:37:32.840] because the prosecutor's trying to make his life easy by prosecuting everybody that comes through the door
[01:37:32.840 --> 01:37:36.840] and forcing him to take a deal instead of doing his job the way he should
[01:37:36.840 --> 01:37:41.840] and kicking out a lot of those cases that should not be prosecuted.
[01:37:41.840 --> 01:37:47.840] He would have left more tax money at the end of the year for the projects that he needed.
[01:37:47.840 --> 01:37:54.840] So he's getting his office funded, but in a really, really bad way.
[01:37:54.840 --> 01:37:58.840] And I think all of that's about to come back and bite them all.
[01:37:58.840 --> 01:38:09.840] Frankly, me and Deborah and Eddie are going to do everything we can to ensure that it comes back and bites them all.
[01:38:09.840 --> 01:38:11.840]  Does that make sense?
[01:38:11.840 --> 01:38:15.840] Yes, sir. Thank you. Thank you so much. I'll let the next caller take that. Thank you.
[01:38:15.840 --> 01:38:22.840] Okay. Thank you, Ramon. Now we're going to go to Robert in Texas.
[01:38:22.840 --> 01:38:24.840] Robert, what do you have for us?
[01:38:24.840 --> 01:38:30.840] Yeah, I talked to you the other day about my friend. I'm going to say friend instead.
[01:38:30.840 --> 01:38:37.840] Okay, he went to court the other day, okay, and he was supposed to have a jury trial, right?
[01:38:37.840 --> 01:38:44.840] And the jury trial, I don't think he ever seen a jury, but anyway, the prosecutor, the girl didn't show up.
[01:38:44.840 --> 01:38:51.840] They were supposed to be coming against him for a misdemeanor or whatever it was.
[01:38:51.840 --> 01:38:57.840] And anyway, she didn't show up, so the district attorney told him that she was on call.
[01:38:57.840 --> 01:39:01.840] They could call her in the next day. You ever heard that before?
[01:39:01.840 --> 01:39:06.840] Yeah, I've heard that before. Did they come back the next day?
[01:39:06.840 --> 01:39:09.840]  Well, I don't know. He's supposed to see them tomorrow.
[01:39:09.840 --> 01:39:15.840] He's going to go in tomorrow and they're supposed to make some kind of deal. They drop a felony charge against him,
[01:39:15.840 --> 01:39:21.840] but then they want to keep the misdemeanor for interfering with the call, the emergency call.
[01:39:21.840 --> 01:39:31.840] Okay, you understand that's what they do. They charge an outrageous charge that there's no way they can adjudicate.
[01:39:31.840 --> 01:39:34.840] They beat you up with it for a couple of years.
[01:39:34.840 --> 01:39:36.840]  It's been two years, yeah.
[01:39:36.840 --> 01:39:44.840] Yeah, exactly. They beat you up a couple of years, give you time to want this yoke from around your neck
[01:39:44.840 --> 01:39:48.840] and you'll do most anything to get rid of it.
[01:39:48.840 --> 01:39:54.840] They come in and waive the misdemeanor, drop the felony.
[01:39:54.840 --> 01:39:58.840]  It's all a scam. It's all a setup.
[01:39:58.840 --> 01:40:00.840]  Okay.
[01:40:00.840 --> 01:40:07.840] I told him he needs to go ahead and pile a grievance against the guy, but I don't know if he's going to do it or not. He's going to wait to see what they're going to do tomorrow.
[01:40:07.840 --> 01:40:10.840] Plus with him in the morning, so we'll see.
[01:40:10.840 --> 01:40:17.840] Yeah, I wouldn't mess with your son's liberty. In the end, he has to make this decision.
[01:40:17.840 --> 01:40:20.840] And fighting them directly is very difficult.
[01:40:20.840 --> 01:40:21.840]  Right.
[01:40:21.840 --> 01:40:30.840] The way to fight them is indirectly, like we're doing. We fight them from outside their system.
[01:40:30.840 --> 01:40:34.840] If you're the one they're prosecuting, it gets you really dangerous for your liberty.
[01:40:34.840 --> 01:40:40.840] Well, it sounds to me like really bar grievances are in order here against this defense attorney
[01:40:40.840 --> 01:40:46.840] because the defense attorney should have filed a motion to dismiss the first time there was a jury in paneling
[01:40:46.840 --> 01:40:51.840] where the attorney did not file a motion to dismiss.
[01:40:51.840 --> 01:41:00.840] And now there's been a second, and from my understanding, an even third go-round of an attempt at having a trial
[01:41:00.840 --> 01:41:04.840] and the prosecutor's not ready and it goes on and on and now we've got to reschedule.
[01:41:04.840 --> 01:41:09.840] All of these times, that defense attorney should have been filing a motion to dismiss.
[01:41:09.840 --> 01:41:13.840] You can't just string it along like that. If they're not ready, too bad.
[01:41:13.840 --> 01:41:21.840] And if the attorney did not file a motion to dismiss in those situations, then it's time for a malpractice suit against the attorney
[01:41:21.840 --> 01:41:25.840] and as many bar grievances as you can file.
[01:41:25.840 --> 01:41:31.840] And Robert, you don't have to, you can file a bar grievance. Anybody can file a bar grievance.
[01:41:31.840 --> 01:41:38.840] I mean, you can file a bar grievance even though you're not the client because you're related to the situation
[01:41:38.840 --> 01:41:44.840] and especially if you put any funding towards this attorney, you have every right, every standing to file bar grievance
[01:41:44.840 --> 01:41:47.840]  because he's not doing his job.
[01:41:47.840 --> 01:41:49.840] Is he court appointed counsel?
[01:41:49.840 --> 01:41:50.840]  No, no.
[01:41:50.840 --> 01:41:53.840] No, they hired this attorney.
[01:41:53.840 --> 01:41:54.840]  Okay.
[01:41:54.840 --> 01:41:55.840]  $8,000.
[01:41:55.840 --> 01:41:59.840] Absolutely, you should get him a tort letter.
[01:41:59.840 --> 01:42:03.840] Tort letter, threaten to sue him. This is ridiculous.
[01:42:03.840 --> 01:42:11.840] And if he doesn't get up and move to dismiss immediately, then you file a bar grievance.
[01:42:11.840 --> 01:42:15.840] You should be filing bar grievances against the prosecutor.
[01:42:15.840 --> 01:42:17.840]  And the defense attorney.
[01:42:17.840 --> 01:42:19.840]  What about, what's a court letter? What's that mean?
[01:42:19.840 --> 01:42:23.840]  A tort. T as in Tom. T-O-R-T. That means you're threatening to sue him.
[01:42:23.840 --> 01:42:30.840] Randy, can Robert sue this attorney since Robert helped to pay for this attorney even though he's not the client?
[01:42:30.840 --> 01:42:31.840]  Yes.
[01:42:31.840 --> 01:42:40.840] Robert, you hear that? You have a standing to sue this attorney because you paid him even though you're not the client.
[01:42:40.840 --> 01:42:41.840]  Okay.
[01:42:41.840 --> 01:42:48.840] It's time to take matters into your hands. This is ridiculous. I'm totally, it's infuriating what's going on here.
[01:42:48.840 --> 01:42:53.840] Okay. Well, he wants to see him tomorrow. I want to see what happens, I guess.
[01:42:53.840 --> 01:42:57.840]  Then I'll tell him the situation.
[01:42:57.840 --> 01:43:00.840] So, but how do you get the letter?
[01:43:00.840 --> 01:43:09.840] Okay, 512, you're in Austin. Tell him that you were listening to our show and what we said.
[01:43:09.840 --> 01:43:13.840] That we said they should sue him, that you should sue him.
[01:43:13.840 --> 01:43:20.840] And you don't know if we're right or not, but that's what these people were saying.
[01:43:20.840 --> 01:43:25.840] This may be an indirect way of getting his attention.
[01:43:25.840 --> 01:43:26.840]  Okay.
[01:43:26.840 --> 01:43:33.840] Because he is definitely just there to get your son to take a deal.
[01:43:33.840 --> 01:43:34.840]  Okay.
[01:43:34.840 --> 01:43:43.840] He's not going to adjudicate his case. If he knows you're going to come after him, then he has to go to the prosecutor and get the prosecutor to protect him.
[01:43:43.840 --> 01:43:46.840] We'll talk about this a little more when we get back on the other side.
[01:43:46.840 --> 01:43:59.840] This is Randy Kalpen, David Stevens, Eddie Craig with Love Radio. I call at number 512-646-1984. We'll be right back.
[01:43:59.840 --> 01:44:02.840] Hey, did you hear? Ron Paul has announced he's running for president in 2012.
[01:44:02.840 --> 01:44:03.840]  Who's Ron Paul?
[01:44:03.840 --> 01:44:09.840] Really? Okay, put down the cell phone for one minute. Your friends really don't care about your Twitter updates on what you had for breakfast.
[01:44:09.840 --> 01:44:12.840] Oh, but I love to make those little smiley faces with punctuation marks.
[01:44:12.840 --> 01:44:19.840] Of course you do. Now listen closely. You need to go down to Brave New Books and learn as much as you can about Ron Paul and his message before it's too late.
[01:44:19.840 --> 01:44:27.840] They have all of his books and many of the books he talks about. They also have t-shirts, bumper stickers, and yard signs so that you can show your support for him during the campaign.
[01:44:27.840 --> 01:44:30.840] Brave New Books? Do they have Harry Potter and Twilight?
[01:44:30.840 --> 01:44:36.840] No, but they do carry a large selection of survival and preparedness books to protect your family in time of emergency.
[01:44:36.840 --> 01:44:38.840] Ugh, that sounds like that show on the Discovery Channel.
[01:44:38.840 --> 01:44:47.840] Yeah, there's even a wilderness survival expert that teaches classes called Earth Skills School that you can sign up for on the website bravenewbookstore.com. What are you doing?
[01:44:47.840 --> 01:44:53.840] I'm tweeting all my friends that they should go to bravenewbookstore.com or down to the bookstore in person. Where's it located?
[01:44:53.840 --> 01:44:54.840]  1904 Guadalupe Street.
[01:44:54.840 --> 01:44:57.840]  There, it's sent. I even made a smiley face.
[01:44:57.840 --> 01:44:58.840]  Great.

[01:46:21.840 --> 01:46:30.840] Some things in this world I will never understand. Some things I realize fully.
[01:46:30.840 --> 01:46:38.840]  Somebody's gonna police that policeman. Somebody's gonna bully, bully.
[01:46:38.840 --> 01:46:51.840] There's always a room at the top of the hill. I hear through the grave mine and his lonely love still. They're wishing it was more than opposition to fill.
[01:46:51.840 --> 01:47:00.840] They know that if they don't do it, somebody will do something. This world will never understand.
[01:47:00.840 --> 01:47:09.840] Okay, we're back. We're here with Kelvin Davis-Stevens, Eddie Craig, Rule of Law Radio, and we're talking to Robert in Texas.
[01:47:09.840 --> 01:47:19.840] Robert, this is kind of difficult because this is your son's liberty we're talking about.
[01:47:19.840 --> 01:47:37.840] And it's telling that we're talking to you and not your son. In order to do what we suggest and when doing with using what we suggest, you have to be willing to fight them.
[01:47:37.840 --> 01:47:49.840] And most people, you know, they have other lives. They're focused in other places and they don't have the tools they need to do this fight.
[01:47:49.840 --> 01:47:51.840]  Right.
[01:47:51.840 --> 01:48:03.840] Once this fight is over, if he does make a deal, and I'm going to suggest that it's not dishonorable to make a deal if you can keep him out of jail.
[01:48:03.840 --> 01:48:05.840]  Right.
[01:48:05.840 --> 01:48:22.840] Keep his liberty first, then he can go back and attack the whole process. And if he'll listen to the show and talk to us, we'll tell him how to go back and attack the whole process and maybe get the whole thing thrown out.
[01:48:22.840 --> 01:48:30.840] Okay. Well, they said they were going to sponge it out. That's what they told him. They're going to get it to sponge.
[01:48:30.840 --> 01:48:44.840] No, they're not. He's going to try to negotiate a plea deal with the prosecutor and tell your son that it's going to be expunged.
[01:48:44.840 --> 01:48:55.840] And that is not true. It's going to be a plea deal, which means your son would have to plead guilty. And once that happens, it is almost impossible to get it expunged off the record.
[01:48:55.840 --> 01:49:06.840] What they do is they call it some kind of deferred adjudication or something where they say, well, you're going to plea, you're going to admit to being guilty, and then you're going to get a lower sentencing.
[01:49:06.840 --> 01:49:14.840] But it's not going to go on your record, and only certain aspects of law enforcement and the government will be able to see it.
[01:49:14.840 --> 01:49:26.840] But for job opportunities and stuff, prospective employers or members of the public won't see it on your record. That's the big lie. Then that is not, it's absolutely not true.
[01:49:26.840 --> 01:49:34.840] They're not going to get it expunged. The way to handle it is to not have the conviction in the first place and not do the plea deal in the first place.
[01:49:34.840 --> 01:49:39.840] Once you plead guilty, you just almost cannot get it expunged. That's a total lie.
[01:49:39.840 --> 01:49:54.840] Unless you can get the whole case thrown out. And, you know, it's hard when somebody's liberty is at risk because they make up the felony to get you to cop to the misdemeanor.
[01:49:54.840 --> 01:50:06.840] And they have you in a position, there's no way they could prosecute the felony and they know it. But you don't know that. So you're looking at two or three, five years in prison as opposed to...
[01:50:06.840 --> 01:50:10.840] Well, now, wait a minute. They don't have a competent fact witness, Randy.
[01:50:10.840 --> 01:50:11.840]  I know that.
[01:50:11.840 --> 01:50:14.840] There's no way they could prosecute the case.
[01:50:14.840 --> 01:50:24.840] Yeah, but can, we're not talking to the person who's being charged. We've got someone here who is terrified of losing his liberty and...
[01:50:24.840 --> 01:50:31.840] Robert, does your son honestly think that they could successfully prosecute the case with no witness?
[01:50:31.840 --> 01:50:32.840]  No, I don't think so.
[01:50:32.840 --> 01:50:33.840]  Okay.
[01:50:33.840 --> 01:50:39.840] I don't think so. That's what he said he's going to read to make sure what he's reading before he signs the papers anyway.
[01:50:39.840 --> 01:50:50.840] I'm going to tell him in the morning when I talk to him. I go with him in the morning. He don't like me to go down there because I kind of lose my temper and let the lawyer know what I think about it.
[01:50:50.840 --> 01:50:52.840]  He don't like me there.
[01:50:52.840 --> 01:51:03.840] Well, you might let the lawyer know that there are things you should have been doing and we're preparing to sue the crap out of you.
[01:51:03.840 --> 01:51:04.840]  Yeah.
[01:51:04.840 --> 01:51:15.840] The best way to get the prosecutor to give you what you want is to crucify your lawyer.
[01:51:15.840 --> 01:51:16.840]  Okay.
[01:51:16.840 --> 01:51:23.840] Because they're all buddies. They're all working together. If you let the lawyer know, I paid you, Bubba.
[01:51:23.840 --> 01:51:30.840] He talked to the lawyer the other day when he was going out. He said they're all lazy. That's why not one lawyer gets taught in there. Just two ladies don't want to work. That's why not one lawyer gets taught.
[01:51:30.840 --> 01:51:50.840] You tell him, when we're done with this, I'm going to look this over and if I find that you haven't done everything you could, I will sue you. And he's going to say, oh, you can't do that. Watch me. I most certainly can.
[01:51:50.840 --> 01:51:56.840] And when you sue him, if it's his first year of practice, you're going to cancel his malpractice insurance.
[01:51:56.840 --> 01:51:59.840]  Well, it's not his first year. He's been there a while.
[01:51:59.840 --> 01:52:11.840] Then they're going to double his malpractice insurance. He's going to have to screw a lot of people to make up for what you're going to cost him in malpractice insurance.
[01:52:11.840 --> 01:52:18.840] And if we can convince a couple more to file against him, then they'll cancel his malpractice insurance. This is a big deal for him.
[01:52:18.840 --> 01:52:19.840]  Okay.
[01:52:19.840 --> 01:52:30.840] And if he thinks you're going to file suit against him, he's going to say, well, you don't have standing. We'll let a court make that determination.
[01:52:30.840 --> 01:52:44.840] But by then, his malpractice carrier will have already hammered him. So what you need to get him to do is go to the prosecutor and say, hey, these guys are about to crucify me.
[01:52:44.840 --> 01:52:48.840] You need to do something so they don't end my career.
[01:52:48.840 --> 01:52:50.840]  Right. Okay.
[01:52:50.840 --> 01:52:54.840] That's about the only thing you can legitimately do.
[01:52:54.840 --> 01:52:59.840] Well, I want to do it a long time ago.
[01:52:59.840 --> 01:53:04.840] And, you know, you would probably fight this different than your son.
[01:53:04.840 --> 01:53:09.840] Oh, definitely. I already done it a long time ago. I would have taught him right off.
[01:53:09.840 --> 01:53:15.840] But your son is his own person. And we can't ask everybody to be like us.
[01:53:15.840 --> 01:53:24.840] He gets upset when I get involved with him, because it's his situation, really. I'm just trying to help him not get irritated because I feel like we're running over him.
[01:53:24.840 --> 01:53:44.840] And I'm suggesting this approach because this is not an approach that will shake up the prosecutor in a way that he may try to go for something more difficult for your son.
[01:53:44.840 --> 01:53:54.840] If you can get your his attorney to go to the prosecutor and say, hey, man, this guy's old man, he's going to screw me big time.
[01:53:54.840 --> 01:54:01.840] You need to help me out here. Give this kid something so that his old man don't sue me.
[01:54:01.840 --> 01:54:04.840] And we'll we'll make it up on the next one. That's what you need.
[01:54:04.840 --> 01:54:06.840]  It's all about the politics.
[01:54:06.840 --> 01:54:17.840] Maybe I can talk him and let me go on up and tell him before you sign this paper, I'm going to tell the lawyer. Maybe I'll tell him to his face. I'm going to see if you don't work properly.
[01:54:17.840 --> 01:54:21.840]  Well, I don't know if I should say that or not. I don't know.
[01:54:21.840 --> 01:54:23.840] Well, be careful what you say.
[01:54:23.840 --> 01:54:27.840]  Yeah, I know. That's the trouble. I can't lose my head a little bit.
[01:54:27.840 --> 01:54:37.840] Right. We don't get that. We don't always get to do what we want to do. And one thing I always suggest whenever you're dealing with these people, avoid confrontation.
[01:54:37.840 --> 01:54:38.840]  Yeah, right.
[01:54:38.840 --> 01:54:44.840] They are very good at it. They do it all the time. The lawyers especially are trained at it.
[01:54:44.840 --> 01:54:48.840] So you're out of your league getting into confrontation with them.
[01:54:48.840 --> 01:54:52.840]  So bushwhack works a lot better.
[01:54:52.840 --> 01:54:54.840] Just go ahead and do it, Brian.
[01:54:54.840 --> 01:55:00.840] Just go ahead and file complaints, filed criminal complaints against the prosecutor.
[01:55:00.840 --> 01:55:04.840] You can do all of this stuff because you're somebody else.
[01:55:04.840 --> 01:55:13.840] And they'll come to your son and say, your old man's causing us a lot of trouble. And he'll say, I know I can't stop him. He's going to get me put in jail.
[01:55:13.840 --> 01:55:22.840] Oh, my goodness. I wish he would quit. But I don't have anything to say about it. Your son has plausible deniability.
[01:55:22.840 --> 01:55:29.840] And then you go to then you hammer the attorney and he goes to the prosecutor and he has plausible deniability.
[01:55:29.840 --> 01:55:37.840] This scoundrel over here, this old buzzard, he's going to ruin my career if you don't do something.
[01:55:37.840 --> 01:55:44.840] And you're kind of out of the mix so they have no control over.
[01:55:44.840 --> 01:55:54.840] Yeah. But that's about all you can do. He's afraid I might mess him up. He's afraid I might get him in jail and do what I want to do.
[01:55:54.840 --> 01:56:01.840] And that's an unfortunate part. But we have to play the hand we're dealt.
[01:56:01.840 --> 01:56:10.840] And I'm very reluctant to advise someone to do something that might get them put in jail.
[01:56:10.840 --> 01:56:17.840] Yeah, I'm always afraid of that because we're dealing with serious issues here.
[01:56:17.840 --> 01:56:23.840] And we're saying, you know, we think you should do this. You think you should do that. That's really easy for us.
[01:56:23.840 --> 01:56:25.840]  It's not our liberty at stake.
[01:56:25.840 --> 01:56:30.840] You know what? The lawyer told him the other day he told him to hurry. He wanted to hurry up and find it.
[01:56:30.840 --> 01:56:39.840] My son wouldn't find it earlier. He said no. And he said he finally got the lawyer mad about three times.
[01:56:39.840 --> 01:56:45.840] Well, I don't understand why he wouldn't want to sign it at all if he's not guilty of the crime and they can't find the witness.
[01:56:45.840 --> 01:56:53.840] I mean, that's the main thing. If they had a witness that was raring to go and raring to testify, your son may have a problem.
[01:56:53.840 --> 01:56:55.840] But if they have no witness...
[01:56:55.840 --> 01:56:58.840] Well, then he could postpone it even if she came to court.
[01:56:58.840 --> 01:57:03.840] No, they can't postpone it. That's the thing. That's the thing. If they don't have a witness, then they can't prosecute.
[01:57:03.840 --> 01:57:06.840] The lawyer needs to be filing a motion to dismiss the case.
[01:57:06.840 --> 01:57:08.840] Well, what happens if she came to court?
[01:57:08.840 --> 01:57:11.840] The witness showed up in court?
[01:57:11.840 --> 01:57:12.840]  Yeah.
[01:57:12.840 --> 01:57:13.840]  Oh, okay.
[01:57:13.840 --> 01:57:15.840]  No, I'm just saying what happens.
[01:57:15.840 --> 01:57:20.840] If she did, well, your lawyer should be able to tear a two-year-old witness to pieces.
[01:57:20.840 --> 01:57:21.840]  Oh, yeah.
[01:57:21.840 --> 01:57:25.840] It's too old to prosecute. That's why we have a speedy trial right.
[01:57:25.840 --> 01:57:30.840] So that, a decent lawyer would tear the witness to pieces.
[01:57:30.840 --> 01:57:41.840] And if the prosecutor sets a case for trial, he doesn't come to the defendant and say, hey, I want to set this on this day.
[01:57:41.840 --> 01:57:44.840] Is this a good time for you?
[01:57:44.840 --> 01:57:50.840] He says, be here this day, this time, ready for trial.
[01:57:50.840 --> 01:57:55.840] So in doing that, he has a duty to be ready for trial himself.
[01:57:55.840 --> 01:57:59.840] If he is not, you have a right to dismissal.
[01:57:59.840 --> 01:58:01.840]  That's the law.
[01:58:01.840 --> 01:58:02.840]  Okay.
[01:58:02.840 --> 01:58:06.840]  So don't let your attorney grant a continuance.
[01:58:06.840 --> 01:58:10.840] You tell him, may have your son tell him, no continuances.
[01:58:10.840 --> 01:58:12.840] If they're not ready for trial, we're going to dismissal.
[01:58:12.840 --> 01:58:13.840]  Okay.
[01:58:13.840 --> 01:58:14.840] We are out of time.
[01:58:14.840 --> 01:58:19.840] This is Randy Calvin, both students at Craig, Wheel of Love Radio.
