[00:00.000 --> 00:07.160] We usually think of hackers as geniuses, but this guy's hankering for a Big Mac landed
[00:07.160 --> 00:08.160]  him in the slammer.
[00:08.160 --> 00:12.360] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be back with the story of the hungry hacker and how
[00:12.360 --> 00:14.760]  the FBI caught him.
[00:14.760 --> 00:16.360]  Privacy is under attack.
[00:16.360 --> 00:19.960] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[00:19.960 --> 00:24.720] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[00:24.720 --> 00:29.960] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[00:29.960 --> 00:32.520]  Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[00:32.520 --> 00:36.840] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[00:36.840 --> 00:40.360] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[00:40.360 --> 00:43.600]  Start over with StartPage.
[00:43.600 --> 00:47.840] If you're using public Wi-Fi to wreak havoc, leave the credit card at home.
[00:47.840 --> 00:54.080] Just ask Jason Cornish, an IT guy who devastated his company's entire computer infrastructure
[00:54.080 --> 00:56.040] after they fired his friend.
[00:56.040 --> 01:00.760] Cornish traveled to another state to do the dirty deed, but the FBI easily tracked the
[01:00.760 --> 01:05.280] crime to an IP address assigned to a McDonald's in Smyrna, Georgia.
[01:05.280 --> 01:09.760] When they got ahold of their purchase records, they found a $5 meal charged to Cornish's
[01:09.760 --> 01:12.920] Visa card just five minutes before the break-in.
[01:12.920 --> 01:16.760] Cornish now faces up to 10 years in prison and a massive fine.
[01:16.760 --> 01:17.760] The moral of the story?
[01:17.760 --> 01:21.760] Be an honest employee, of course, and buy your burgers with cash.
[01:21.760 --> 01:23.600]  I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht.
[01:23.600 --> 01:31.480]  More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:31.480 --> 01:37.280] Ohio Congressman Steve Shabbat faced angry protesters at a town hall meeting in Avondale,
[01:37.280 --> 01:38.280]  Ohio.
[01:38.280 --> 01:39.280]  What to do?
[01:39.280 --> 01:43.000] Enlist the local police as your own private army to confiscate cameras.
[01:43.000 --> 01:47.440] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with the story.
[01:47.440 --> 01:49.000]  Privacy is under attack.
[01:49.000 --> 01:52.600] When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back again.
[01:52.600 --> 01:57.360] And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish, too.
[01:57.360 --> 02:02.320] So protect your rights, say no to surveillance, and keep your information to yourself.
[02:02.320 --> 02:05.120]  Privacy, it's worth hanging onto.
[02:05.120 --> 02:09.400] This public service announcement is brought to you by StartPage.com, the private search
[02:09.400 --> 02:12.920] engine alternative to Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
[02:12.920 --> 02:15.240]  Start over with StartPage.
[02:15.240 --> 02:20.760] In this day of YouTube, you can't be too careful, or so thought Representative Steve
[02:20.760 --> 02:24.280] Shabbat when he faced angry protesters at a town hall meeting.
[02:24.280 --> 02:29.840] He was so worried about looking bad online that he had his staff pre-screen all questions.
[02:29.840 --> 02:34.280] Many of the signs put up prohibiting cameras, quote, for security purposes.
[02:34.280 --> 02:38.880] Obesity, police confiscated cameras from two middle-aged constituents and forced them
[02:38.880 --> 02:39.880]  to leave the meeting.
[02:39.880 --> 02:44.680] Of course, cameras only posed a, quote, security threat to Shabbat's ego.
[02:44.680 --> 02:49.120] Preventing the public from documenting government meetings has made Shabbat look especially
[02:49.120 --> 02:50.840]  bad on the Internet.
[02:50.840 --> 02:54.120] Too bad for him, his camera's censorship plan backfired.
[02:54.120 --> 03:22.880] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright, more news and information at CatherineAlbright.com.
[03:24.120 --> 03:53.920] I'm Dr. Catherine Albright, more news and information at CatherineAlbright.com.
[03:53.920 --> 04:05.280] You must get cool, and we are here to cool you off, you bad boys.
[04:05.280 --> 04:08.400] This is the Rule of Law.
[04:08.400 --> 04:11.120]  Tonight is May 3, 2012.
[04:11.120 --> 04:13.200]  Yes, we are live.
[04:13.200 --> 04:17.680] I am Deborah Stevens here with Randy Kelton.
[04:17.680 --> 04:20.080] Eddie Craig has the night off.
[04:20.080 --> 04:26.200] Hey, folks, speaking of Eddie Craig, I do want to apologize for the number of archives
[04:26.200 --> 04:27.680] that we have been running lately.
[04:27.680 --> 04:33.280] We've had to run archives for about a week and a half now, and most of that reason is
[04:33.280 --> 04:40.200] because Eddie has been moving, he's been out of pocket, and he doesn't have Internet right
[04:40.200 --> 04:41.200]  now.
[04:41.200 --> 04:45.360] So, folks, if you've been emailing Eddie and wondering why you're not getting a response,
[04:45.360 --> 04:46.520]  that is why.
[04:46.520 --> 04:53.320] I think he may be visiting coffee shops and things like that to intermittently check email
[04:53.320 --> 05:00.960] and things like that, but he basically just had a big problem with one of the Internet
[05:00.960 --> 05:02.440] service providers here in town.
[05:02.440 --> 05:08.200] They gave him a confirmation ticket and told him they were coming to install it, and then
[05:08.200 --> 05:14.480] the day they were supposed to come install Internet last week, they told him, sorry,
[05:14.480 --> 05:16.600] we don't provide service in your area.
[05:16.600 --> 05:21.560] And so, he thought he was going to be able to make a clean move here, a smooth transition
[05:21.560 --> 05:26.880] without any loss of Internet, but unfortunately, the service provider, I'll let Eddie say
[05:26.880 --> 05:27.880] who it is if he wants.
[05:27.880 --> 05:34.800] I'm not going to say who it is at any rate, they basically, I don't know, told them they
[05:34.800 --> 05:38.640] were coming out and then said, sorry, never mind, we don't provide service for the area.
[05:38.640 --> 05:42.680] So, you think they would have figured that out before they gave him a confirmation ticket
[05:42.680 --> 05:48.080] and the tech even called the same day and said, I'm on the way, and then half an hour
[05:48.080 --> 05:49.560]  later, oh, never mind.
[05:49.560 --> 05:53.120] So, anyways, that's what's going on with Eddie, so I'm terribly sorry about all the
[05:53.120 --> 05:59.160] archives, folks, but I do rely on Eddie, especially on Friday nights to run the board, to run
[05:59.160 --> 06:00.160]  the show.
[06:00.160 --> 06:05.440] I'm not here on Friday nights and he's been moving, so that's why we've been doing archives.
[06:05.440 --> 06:12.520] And last Thursday night, the show was preempted for the big Ron Paul event here in Austin.
[06:12.520 --> 06:17.600] So, between Ron Paul and Eddie not having internet, that's why we've been running archives, but
[06:17.600 --> 06:24.560] we are live tonight, Thursday, May 3rd, and we've got a lot of stuff to talk about tonight,
[06:24.560 --> 06:28.000] a lot of stuff has been going on since the last time we've been on the air live.
[06:28.000 --> 06:34.920]  And I do have Richard Reeves with us again for a follow-up, a wrap-up, a post convention,
[06:34.920 --> 06:41.800] wrap-up, and folks, do we ever have a story to tell about what happened at the Travis
[06:41.800 --> 06:47.560] County Senatorial District Convention, especially with District 14?
[06:47.560 --> 06:53.840] The big district, which encompasses, comprises most of the population of Austin, and let's
[06:53.840 --> 07:00.200] just say, Richard, I don't ever want to have to go through anything like that again.
[07:00.200 --> 07:05.400] Sitting in a parking garage for four hours is no fun, folks.
[07:05.400 --> 07:09.400] They had to move the convention to the parking garage.
[07:09.400 --> 07:15.560] It was such a fiasco because the people that were running the show were not competent enough
[07:15.560 --> 07:19.200] to book the venue for a long enough period of time.
[07:19.200 --> 07:24.600] They didn't anticipate that the convention would go on so long, even though four years
[07:24.600 --> 07:31.680] ago it went until almost midnight, how could they have known, oh, gee, I just have no idea,
[07:31.680 --> 07:33.000] how could they have possibly known?
[07:33.000 --> 07:36.840] I think it was on purpose, but at any rate, that's my own little theory.
[07:36.840 --> 07:40.280] Let's go to our guest here, Richard.
[07:40.280 --> 07:42.440] Richard, give us the full report.
[07:42.440 --> 07:46.280] With all this redistricting nightmare, Richard wasn't even in District 14.
[07:46.280 --> 07:51.720] They put him in District 25, but Richard, give us the report on what happened.
[07:51.720 --> 07:52.720]  I was there.
[07:52.720 --> 07:55.000] Richard's going to give a report, and then I'm going to give a report, too.
[07:55.000 --> 07:58.560] So, Richard, welcome to the show, and thank you for coming on tonight.
[07:58.560 --> 07:59.560]  All right.
[07:59.560 --> 08:00.760] Well, thank you guys again.
[08:00.760 --> 08:05.760] Brandon Debra, appreciate it, and I'll tell you what, the people I want to thank as well
[08:05.760 --> 08:08.160] are all those people out there in the audience.
[08:08.160 --> 08:12.000] I know a lot of y'all out there that are listening to this program tonight were the
[08:12.000 --> 08:16.880] ones that showed up there a couple of Saturdays ago at the Hyde Park Baptist Church, and it
[08:16.880 --> 08:18.720] was one heck of an event.
[08:18.720 --> 08:27.680] And if you walked away from there as not getting to be a delegate or an alternate delegate,
[08:27.680 --> 08:32.200] be proud that you were there because it was y'all's votes.
[08:32.200 --> 08:37.240] It was y'all's votes that allowed for the rule change to allow for precincts to caucus
[08:37.240 --> 08:45.040] together to send delegates via the precinct caucus method, which critically it was just
[08:45.040 --> 08:50.600] absolutely critical that we succeeded in winning that vote because that's how we were going
[08:50.600 --> 09:00.160] to send most likely, even in SD 14, the most contested SD that we had, even in SD 14.
[09:00.160 --> 09:06.320] I feel pretty certain that we are still going to send to the State Convention a majority
[09:06.320 --> 09:08.360]  of Ron Paul delegates.
[09:08.360 --> 09:13.480] And so it was thanks to everybody that showed up, and I know a lot of y'all feel like Debra
[09:13.480 --> 09:18.480] that, hey man, this was just total debacle, and it was a mess that we had to go out to
[09:18.480 --> 09:23.960] the parking garage, and SD 14 completed its convention in four or five more hours standing
[09:23.960 --> 09:28.800] in the hot parking garage with insects flying around and dust flying around.
[09:28.800 --> 09:35.160] It was very, very ugly there at the end, but the thing of it is, all those folks, whether
[09:35.160 --> 09:40.640] you're going to State Convention or not, big thank you to all y'all because it's absolutely
[09:40.640 --> 09:42.560]  critical what y'all did.
[09:42.560 --> 09:50.120] And don't let this ruin your upcoming conventions in 2014 and 2016 because, as Debra said, there's
[09:50.120 --> 09:53.640] a lot of work to be done, there's a lot of rules need to be changed, we need to make
[09:53.640 --> 10:00.480] sure our venue next time that we have it till midnight, et cetera, but bottom line is we're
[10:00.480 --> 10:07.600] not that far away from running these conventions, from having and winning the chairmanship of
[10:07.600 --> 10:08.600]  these conventions.
[10:08.600 --> 10:14.240] We're not that far away from having our own people running the nominations committees,
[10:14.240 --> 10:15.760]  running the rules committees.
[10:15.760 --> 10:18.880] We are right on the edge.
[10:18.880 --> 10:24.440] We almost succeeded in SD 14, and let me tell you, in SD 25, Debra, you mentioned a little
[10:24.440 --> 10:30.480] while ago that I'm in SD 25, over there, I knew everything was good.
[10:30.480 --> 10:35.640] The minute I heard the name of the person that was the temporary chair of our nominations
[10:35.640 --> 10:42.320] committee in SD 25 here in Travis County, I knew for a fact he was a Ron Pauler.
[10:42.320 --> 10:44.080]  So it's like that's it.
[10:44.080 --> 10:50.640] Our convention only lasted two hours, we were done before lunch because we basically dominated
[10:50.640 --> 10:55.600] our little SD convention, and so I tell you, I could go on and on, but I better let you
[10:55.600 --> 10:57.400] dive back in and comment there.
[10:57.400 --> 11:04.600] Well, Richard, SD 25, this is the district that is in way south Austin, does it reach
[11:04.600 --> 11:07.600] all the way to San Antonio?
[11:07.600 --> 11:12.360] You know, I haven't looked at the geography of SD 25, I'm sure it includes quite a few
[11:12.360 --> 11:13.360]  more counties.
[11:13.360 --> 11:16.000]  Yeah, it's off towards the southeast.
[11:16.000 --> 11:18.000] And there were not nearly as many people.
[11:18.000 --> 11:20.480] Richard, how many people were in your convention?
[11:20.480 --> 11:29.080] Oh, well, the total attendance at our convention was about 23 or 24 delegates from different
[11:29.080 --> 11:36.600] precincts, and our slate was to be filled with 12 delegates, 12 alternates, and we ended
[11:36.600 --> 11:42.480] up filling with 12 delegates and one alternate, and I raised a point of order at that point
[11:42.480 --> 11:46.680] saying, hey, are there any folks here that wanted to go to the convention that are not
[11:46.680 --> 11:47.680]  on the delegate list?
[11:47.680 --> 11:53.200] As a matter of fact, we had the balance of our delegates, eight or nine delegates that
[11:53.200 --> 11:54.600] did not even want to go.
[11:54.600 --> 12:01.200] So we loaded it up with 12 Ron Paulers and one alternate Ron Pauler, and even there
[12:01.200 --> 12:06.440] was room for everybody in our convention to go to state, eight people, just eight or
[12:06.440 --> 12:09.280] nine people just flat out declined.
[12:09.280 --> 12:17.480] And that fact right there, I think, illustrates that when we go to state, folks, it's critical.
[12:17.480 --> 12:20.520] I know hotels are expensive in Fort Worth, Texas.
[12:20.520 --> 12:24.840] They've got some kind of car race going up at the North Texas Motor Speedway that's right
[12:24.840 --> 12:28.880] on top of the same date to the convention basically up there.
[12:28.880 --> 12:33.440] So hopefully you've got friends or family up there in Fort Worth, Dallas, or maybe you
[12:33.440 --> 12:37.040] have to stay out a little ways away from downtown.
[12:37.040 --> 12:44.960] But we absolutely need everybody, everybody, everybody that's an alternate or a delegate
[12:44.960 --> 12:51.600] to get up to the state convention coming up here in June because I think there is a serious
[12:51.600 --> 12:58.400] lack of motivational interest by the neocons, by the establishment folks.
[12:58.400 --> 13:04.600] The biggest thing motivating them right now to turn out is their dislike of the Ron Paul
[13:04.600 --> 13:05.680]  faction.
[13:05.680 --> 13:09.200] And frankly, I don't think that's going to be enough of a motivating factor for a lot
[13:09.200 --> 13:15.320] of these people to take days off of work and to spend $200 to $300 a night on a hotel
[13:15.320 --> 13:16.720]  up in Fort Worth.
[13:16.720 --> 13:19.800] So we've got a lot of things falling in our favor.
[13:19.800 --> 13:27.720] I fully expect that at the 4th Tarrant County Convention Center that we will be a majority
[13:27.720 --> 13:31.920] of Ron Paul people there if we just show up.
[13:31.920 --> 13:35.000]  Well, that's highly encouraging, Richard.
[13:35.000 --> 13:42.000] How many Ron Paul delegates are y'all sending from your district to the state convention
[13:42.000 --> 13:46.480] that are voting delegates, not alternates, but actual voting delegates?
[13:46.480 --> 13:49.320] Well, to my knowledge, all 12 of us.
[13:49.320 --> 13:51.320] All 12 of us are Ron Paul.
[13:51.320 --> 13:52.320]  That's incredible.
[13:52.320 --> 14:04.680] Now, in our district, SD14, much larger, we were supposed to send 207 full voting delegates
[14:04.680 --> 14:06.720]  and 207 alternates.
[14:06.720 --> 14:11.600]  Well, that's what's allowed to be sent.
[14:11.600 --> 14:22.880] Our delegation is incomplete because the nominations committee, I guess they were so upset that
[14:22.880 --> 14:30.120] they got their noses bloodied over this precinct caucusing issue at the convention that basically
[14:30.120 --> 14:34.320] they just decided, well, wha wha, we're going to take our ball and go home.
[14:34.320 --> 14:38.600] They're just not going to send you guys as alternates or delegates or anything concerning
[14:38.600 --> 14:47.800] the at-large delegates, and so there are 80 to 90 slots that are still open on the alternate
[14:47.800 --> 14:48.800]  list.
[14:48.800 --> 14:52.760] Basically, it's going to be an incomplete delegation, and there were at least that many
[14:52.760 --> 14:57.680] people there at the end waiting in that parking garage that wanted to go to state.
[14:57.680 --> 14:59.560]  I was one of them.
[14:59.560 --> 15:06.880] But the good news is concerning the precinct caucusing, see, what the powers that we wanted
[15:06.880 --> 15:14.680] to do is because of all of this redistricting fiasco, they wanted to say, well, because
[15:14.680 --> 15:20.320] of this and that and these other technicalities, and we're not sure how many precincts can
[15:20.320 --> 15:24.040] have, how many delegates and blah, blah, blah, and it was all a big smoke and mirrors
[15:24.040 --> 15:25.040]  cover story.
[15:25.040 --> 15:28.680] They could have figured it out ahead of time, way ahead of time, easily if they had wanted
[15:28.680 --> 15:35.680] to, but they confused the issue on purpose, it seemed, so that they could have an excuse
[15:35.680 --> 15:40.920] to say, let's just make everybody an at-large delegate this year, and everyone has to get
[15:40.920 --> 15:45.880] approved by the nominations committee as opposed to what's always been done in the past, which
[15:45.880 --> 15:51.760] is that the larger precincts get to caucus and decide who they're going to send to state
[15:51.760 --> 15:56.560] directly without having to go before the Darth Vader committee.
[15:56.560 --> 16:06.760] Well, at any rate, so what happened was there was a huge fight in the, at the convention,
[16:06.760 --> 16:10.960] so to speak, not a physical one, but there was a, there was a battle over changing the
[16:10.960 --> 16:17.480] rules to allow the precinct caucusing, okay, and so, and we won.
[16:17.480 --> 16:24.520] And it was, they had to have a roll call vote, and we won.
[16:24.520 --> 16:29.320] We won by, I think it was between 25 to 30 percent.
[16:29.320 --> 16:30.320]  We won.
[16:30.320 --> 16:36.560] And so by the time all of this was done, all the roll calls, there had to be two roll calls,
[16:36.560 --> 16:43.960] the first roll call, and then all the motions on the floor to get the rule put in, it was,
[16:43.960 --> 16:46.120] it was unbelievable what happened.
[16:46.120 --> 16:51.200] Parliamentary tricks, I'll tell you all about it when we get back, so folks, if you're just
[16:51.200 --> 16:55.400] paying tight, we will be right back, this is the rule of law, Randy Kelton, Eddie Craig,
[16:55.400 --> 17:00.840] Deborah Stevens, we're here with Rich and Reeves, we'll be right back.
[17:00.840 --> 17:01.840]  America is in trouble.
[17:01.840 --> 17:03.840]  Washington is a disgrace.
[17:03.840 --> 17:05.840] Government has become too big.
[17:05.840 --> 17:06.840]  It's overtaxing, overspending.
[17:06.840 --> 17:07.840] We need to change direction.
[17:07.840 --> 17:08.840]  We really need change.
[17:08.840 --> 17:12.840] We can't afford to make the same mistakes we've made in the past.
[17:12.840 --> 17:14.960]  Mitt Romney's reputation is a flip-flopper.
[17:14.960 --> 17:18.280] He went the other way when he got paid to go the other way.
[17:18.280 --> 17:20.080] There is need for economic stimulus.
[17:20.080 --> 17:21.640]  It's about serial hypocrisy.
[17:21.640 --> 17:23.640] This election is about trust.
[17:23.640 --> 17:27.280] There's been one true, consistent candidate, and that's Dr. Ron Paul.
[17:27.280 --> 17:30.560] Ron Paul has been so consistent from the very beginning.
[17:30.560 --> 17:32.400] He seems like a more honest candidate.
[17:32.400 --> 17:35.120] He tells the truth about what he believes, whether you like it or not.
[17:35.120 --> 17:39.960] He's never once voted for a tax increase, never once voted for an unbalanced budget.
[17:39.960 --> 17:43.760] Ron Paul's plan is bold, cut five departments, it's what we need.
[17:43.760 --> 17:47.640] When he says he's going to cut a trillion dollars in the first year, I believe it.
[17:47.640 --> 17:53.080] If you don't like how things are going, he's tired of politicians, he's something different.
[17:53.080 --> 17:54.080]  Ron Paul.
[17:54.080 --> 17:55.080]  Ron Paul.
[17:55.080 --> 17:56.080]  Ron Paul.
[17:56.080 --> 17:58.000] Ron Paul is the one we've been looking for.
[17:58.000 --> 18:00.720]  I'm Ron Paul, and I approve this message.

[19:34.200 --> 19:46.040] Okay folks we are back. We are back. We're talking about what happened at the Travis
[19:46.040 --> 19:52.160] County Senatorial District Convention two Saturdays ago, not this past Saturday but
[19:52.160 --> 20:01.160] the past Saturday before that, and it was, I mean it was a fiasco. By the time there
[20:01.160 --> 20:06.360] had to be a motion for the rule change, because see what happened was the rules committee
[20:06.360 --> 20:12.520] put forth what they wanted to be the rule which was that they wanted to completely
[20:12.520 --> 20:17.640] compose the list of delegates for the entire convention, which like I said before normally
[20:17.640 --> 20:22.080] that doesn't happen, normally the larger precincts will caucus and they will decide who to send
[20:22.080 --> 20:30.040] to state directly. And we know for fact that most of that list was not going to include
[20:30.040 --> 20:34.680] any Ron Pollars. All the Ron Pollars were going to be shoved down into the alternate
[20:34.680 --> 20:42.760] list and all the neocons were going to be on the voting delegate list. Well the only
[20:42.760 --> 20:49.800] reason that we won the rule change was because folks, and I'm sorry to say it wasn't because
[20:49.800 --> 20:55.640] the Ron Pollars had a majority and SD14, we didn't. It was close but I would say it was
[20:55.640 --> 21:01.960] probably similar to what happened four years ago. We had about 40 to 45%, it was just not
[21:01.960 --> 21:06.400] enough to take over the convention. You have to have a majority if you want to take over.
[21:06.400 --> 21:14.200] And I have to admit that I was kind of heartbroken when I saw the event, the Ron Poll event here
[21:14.200 --> 21:18.880] in Austin last Thursday night, which was one of the reasons why our show got preempted
[21:18.880 --> 21:27.080] and we ran an archive. Six thousand people showed up to hear Ron Poll speak. Six thousand
[21:27.080 --> 21:35.920] people in Austin. Folks, if ten percent of those people had shown up, if only six hundred
[21:35.920 --> 21:43.560] people had shown up to the senatorial district convention, we could have easily taken over.
[21:43.560 --> 21:48.240] And so it's just, I have to admit it's heart wrenching to me to see all these people that
[21:48.240 --> 21:52.080] support Ron Poll, but then when push comes to shove, when the rubber hits the road, when
[21:52.080 --> 21:56.760] it's time to do what you need to do to actually get them in an office, they don't do it. You
[21:56.760 --> 22:02.280] know? Or they don't know that that's what they need to do. I mean that's why we ran
[22:02.280 --> 22:07.520] all the PSAs and all these things to try to educate people, but they just weren't there.
[22:07.520 --> 22:12.360] But at any rate, the good news is that we did get the precinct caucusing, but really
[22:12.360 --> 22:16.680] the only reason that we won the precinct caucusing rule change there is because a lot of these
[22:16.680 --> 22:24.080] larger precincts, which are neocon, they didn't want to give up their precinct caucusing.
[22:24.080 --> 22:31.880] No one does. So what ended up happening was that by the time there was a motion for the
[22:31.880 --> 22:39.160] rule change, to change the rules from the rule committee, from the nominations committee
[22:39.160 --> 22:45.720] picking everybody to precinct caucusing, that had to be, first there was a voice vote and
[22:45.720 --> 22:50.600] it was very close, but you got to realize that these different people that are there
[22:50.600 --> 22:55.360] have different voting strengths. Some of these precincts have a voting strength of like 80
[22:55.360 --> 23:01.720] or 90 votes because they're large precincts and like three people will show up. Or one
[23:01.720 --> 23:06.920] person will show up representing the entire precinct. That one person carries a voting
[23:06.920 --> 23:14.320] weight of 90 votes. So these voice votes, they're really only valid if it's like almost
[23:14.320 --> 23:19.680] unanimous. If it's close at all, then they have to do a roll call vote. Well, first they
[23:19.680 --> 23:23.800] have to do a roll call anyway at the beginning of the convention. That takes like 45 minutes
[23:23.800 --> 23:29.360] or an hour. There's 400 or 500 people there. And then they got to do all the ceremonial
[23:29.360 --> 23:34.000] stuff and then the introduction of the rule changed the motion and then the voice vote
[23:34.000 --> 23:39.800] and then they have to do a roll call vote for that. Well, we won the roll call vote by
[23:39.800 --> 23:51.240] about 20%. It was like 1100 votes, voting strength votes to like 890 or 900 or something. Anyway,
[23:51.240 --> 23:58.640] it was a pretty big margin. Well, after that, then they try to pull this parliamentary maneuver
[23:58.640 --> 24:06.600] to say that in order for the new rule to be adopted, it has to be approved by a two-thirds
[24:06.600 --> 24:11.360] majority. And we're like, I don't think so. And the parliamentarian gets up there and
[24:11.360 --> 24:16.040] tries to explain it all. And for most people, it sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo. But
[24:16.040 --> 24:22.240] actually, I think he was right. But even if he was right, it's a moot point because the
[24:22.240 --> 24:28.760] whole thing about adopting by a two-thirds majority is that what happens if there's not
[24:28.760 --> 24:34.920] a two-thirds majority to adopt the rule? Well, you already had a majority approve the rule
[24:34.920 --> 24:40.200] change, but you don't have two-thirds to actually adopt the rule. Then what happens is that
[24:40.200 --> 24:46.920] the state rules apply and the rule just gets adopted by a majority vote anyway. And so
[24:46.920 --> 24:52.400] the whole thing was a complete waste of time. It was a moot point to run the clock out so
[24:52.400 --> 24:58.400] that we wouldn't have time to deal with the situation of the at-large delegates. That's
[24:58.400 --> 25:06.800] what I believe. Well, anyway, so then the chair, Brocker, he decides he's going to rule
[25:06.800 --> 25:10.360] in favor with what the parliamentarian said, which was, yes, we have to have a two-thirds
[25:10.360 --> 25:16.240] vote. So then there's a challenge to that. And a motion was introduced on the floor to
[25:16.240 --> 25:23.960] basically override or to throw out. I don't remember what the exact parliamentary term
[25:23.960 --> 25:34.480] was, but basically to reject the chair's decision on the two-thirds majority necessity for adopting
[25:34.480 --> 25:39.440] the rule. So this motion was on the floor. So then there's another voice vote. And again,
[25:39.440 --> 25:46.200] it was closed. So then we had to have another roll call vote to decide whether or not we
[25:46.200 --> 25:54.080] were going to reject the convention chair's decision to require a two-thirds vote in order
[25:54.080 --> 25:59.400] to adopt the rule change for the precinct caucus. And can you believe this? And so we
[25:59.400 --> 26:08.160] had a third roll call and we won that one by an even bigger majority than we won to
[26:08.160 --> 26:13.240] change the rule because people were just sick of it. And I think a lot of people and I was
[26:13.240 --> 26:19.080] one of them, I knew the parliamentarian was right, technically speaking, but I voted against
[26:19.080 --> 26:26.080] the chair because I knew this whole thing was a complete and utter waste of time, all
[26:26.080 --> 26:30.120] right? Because if we hadn't have had the two-thirds majority, the state rule would have applied
[26:30.120 --> 26:34.720] and the rule would have been adopted anyway by a simple majority. It was a waste of everyone's
[26:34.720 --> 26:39.400] time in that room. And I think people were really mad about all of that. And so that's
[26:39.400 --> 26:43.160] another reason why they voted against them. That was the main reason. And a lot of people
[26:43.160 --> 26:48.320] were just like, this is ridiculous. The majority agree, let's just do it. So by the time all
[26:48.320 --> 26:56.880] that got done, it was after four o'clock. It was 4.30 in the afternoon. Well, guess what?
[26:56.880 --> 27:05.200] They only reserved the Hyde Park Baptist Church until six o'clock. How are we supposed to
[27:05.200 --> 27:09.640] get the rest of the business of the convention done in an hour and a half? And they're all
[27:09.640 --> 27:16.160] like, how could we have known that this would have taken so long just to get through the
[27:16.160 --> 27:21.560] rules? It's 4.30 and we're just starting the convention. Give me a break. They knew there
[27:21.560 --> 27:28.640] was going to be a huge fight over this precinct caucusing business. They knew it. And there's
[27:28.640 --> 27:35.960] always a fight over the at-large delegates. As far as people wanting to strike the list
[27:35.960 --> 27:41.360] and add people and remove people and modify the list, because it's always very biased
[27:41.360 --> 27:46.880] against the Ron Paulers every single time. So that's one of the reasons why it went
[27:46.880 --> 27:52.560] until midnight four years ago. Listen, people, we didn't even have a fight over the precinct
[27:52.560 --> 27:57.120] caucuses four years ago. The main fight was over the at-large delegates. The precinct
[27:57.120 --> 28:01.000] caucus was not an issue. We went straight into precinct caucuses pretty much right at
[28:01.000 --> 28:04.800] the beginning of the convention four years ago. The big fight lasted all night over the
[28:04.800 --> 28:09.640] at-large delegates. So they knew. They had to have known. This happened four years ago
[28:09.640 --> 28:13.840] and now there's even more Ron Paul supporters. What are they talking about? It's like Condoleezza
[28:13.840 --> 28:18.760] Rice saying, how could we have known that there would have been an attack on the World
[28:18.760 --> 28:26.920] Trade Center with hijacked planes? And meanwhile, the State Department is issuing a pamphlet
[28:26.920 --> 28:33.880] on terrorism and on the cover of the pamphlet is a graphic design of the Twin Towers with
[28:33.880 --> 28:38.080] a plane flying into it. Oh, yeah. How could you have known? Give me a break. I'm sorry.
[28:38.080 --> 28:43.000] I'm ranting here, but this was ridiculous, Richard. Okay. So we finally get the rule
[28:43.000 --> 28:49.880] adopted by the majority, by simple majority, and we approve the vote to just use the same
[28:49.880 --> 28:55.840] vote that we did the first time to accept the rule or whatever you want to call it,
[28:55.840 --> 29:01.520] to vote the change of the rule. Okay. It's like, folks, not only do we have to become
[29:01.520 --> 29:06.840] lawyers now, we have to become parliamentarians. We have to know all the rules of court, municipal
[29:06.840 --> 29:10.560] rules of court, federal rules of court. We have to study all these statutes, and now
[29:10.560 --> 29:14.440] we have to be parliamentarians too. I mean, we have to be architects and engineers and
[29:14.440 --> 29:20.400]  figure all this stuff out about 9-11. I mean, it's a little much, but we're doing it. We're
[29:20.400 --> 29:26.360] making it through. So anyways, at that point, the precincts went to caucus. That didn't
[29:26.360 --> 29:33.280] last long. And then the people who had not been interviewed yet by the committee, the
[29:33.280 --> 29:39.840] nominations committee, went in and everyone got a 20-second, it was supposed to be 30-seconds,
[29:39.840 --> 29:44.560] but it was more like 20-seconds, to make a little speech to the nominations committee
[29:44.560 --> 29:50.880] and turn in any papers or, you know, writings, any essays they wanted to submit. And I will
[29:50.880 --> 29:56.080] finish the story when we get back on the other side. This is the rule of law. We'll be right
[29:56.080 --> 30:05.040] back, folks. A noble lie, Oklahoma City, 1995 will change forever the way you look at the
[30:05.040 --> 30:09.680] true nature of terrorism. Based on the damage pattern to the building, but the government
[30:09.680 --> 30:15.040] sends impossible. The grand jury did not want to hear anything I had to say. The decisions
[30:15.040 --> 30:21.560] made not to pursue any more of those individuals. Some of these columns were ripped up, shredded,
[30:21.560 --> 30:26.240] tossed around. The people that did the things they did knew doggone well what they were
[30:26.240 --> 30:30.960] doing. Expose the cover up now at anobleye.com.

[31:59.160 --> 32:13.960] Okay, folks, we're back. Sorry, I'm kind of hogging the mic here for my guests. I do
[32:13.960 --> 32:22.120] want to just finish briefly telling this story here. But folks, even besides all of this,
[32:22.120 --> 32:29.240] the good news is if we had not won the precinct caucusing rule, we would not have gotten those
[32:29.240 --> 32:35.940] Ron Paul delegates. That's just a fact. I know for sure the plan was to put all the
[32:35.940 --> 32:41.120] Ron Paul people, if they had to choose any Ron Paul people, as alternates and not as
[32:41.120 --> 32:48.280] full voting delegates. So we did win the major victory and the shenanigans that went down
[32:48.280 --> 32:54.840] at the end, which Richard and I will discuss in a few moments. Basically, the only loss
[32:54.840 --> 33:02.640] that we had was that probably about 30 of us that were Ron Paul people are not getting
[33:02.640 --> 33:13.120] to go as alternates. That's too bad, but the main thing is that there are probably a majority
[33:13.120 --> 33:18.200] of the voting delegates are Ron Paul people. So even though we didn't have a majority at
[33:18.200 --> 33:23.920] the convention, it looks like the majority of the voting delegates that are going to
[33:23.920 --> 33:26.360] state are Ron Paul people. Is that right, Richard?
[33:26.360 --> 33:32.440] Yes. I really do believe that because of that victory, like you outlined about the precincts
[33:32.440 --> 33:36.480] having the right to caucus and send their own delegates, I really do think that we're
[33:36.480 --> 33:42.440] sending a majority up there. And that's even before we talk about the potential attrition.
[33:42.440 --> 33:47.280] I think there's going to be a serious case of attrition going up to the state convention.
[33:47.280 --> 33:57.680]  I'm thinking that out of SD 14, we're probably 52, 55% Ron Paul majority. But I think there's
[33:57.680 --> 34:03.120] going to be serious attrition at the state convention. So we could see that 52, 55% go
[34:03.120 --> 34:12.560] up to 60, 65% if our people show up at state convention. So all is not lost. Was it a fiasco
[34:12.560 --> 34:18.320] and was there some shenanigans? And I think Crocker potentially, you know, conspired to
[34:18.320 --> 34:26.120] make establishment folks angry with us. His name is Crocker. Bill Crocker, yeah. Let me
[34:26.120 --> 34:33.560] tell you, you know, Don Zimmerman pointed out to me that we have some of the most entrenched
[34:33.560 --> 34:40.080] Republican establishment leadership in the country. Bill Crocker is known nationwide.
[34:40.080 --> 34:47.080] He's the national committee man for the Republican party here out of the state of Texas. So he
[34:47.080 --> 34:53.120] came very close to being challenged for the chairmanship. And let me tell you, Deborah,
[34:53.120 --> 34:59.480] when it came down to actual physical bodies in the Hyde Park Baptist Church, physical
[34:59.480 --> 35:06.800] bodies, we most likely, the Ron Paul faction, most likely was a majority in physical bodies.
[35:06.800 --> 35:11.400] Where we weren't a majority yet is when you start talking about the voting strength issues
[35:11.400 --> 35:17.560] within the precincts. Now, the good news is, is that the people that were there and attended,
[35:17.560 --> 35:21.040] you know, they're going to be looking at, okay, well, how do we address this? The key
[35:21.040 --> 35:29.240] to winning, the key to winning these conventions in 2014, 2016 is the work that starts today
[35:29.240 --> 35:35.120] in the precincts. And in the, as far as precinct chairs, as a matter of fact, to all those
[35:35.120 --> 35:44.040] people that went, it was absolutely imperative that you went. It was not for not that you
[35:44.040 --> 35:49.600] went. It was absolutely not for not that you went. It was incredible victory. That precinct
[35:49.600 --> 35:56.240] coxswain battle is in my book, I believe, sending a majority of SD 14 Ron Paulers up
[35:56.240 --> 36:02.840] there to state convention. And more importantly, now going forward, check out the Travis County
[36:02.840 --> 36:09.440] Republican website for the, and get into the drill into there where they had the precinct
[36:09.440 --> 36:14.920] chair information. And if there's no precinct chair, this is very important because let
[36:14.920 --> 36:19.800] me tell you, you want to hear sad story, Deborah? Let me tell you a sad story. The story of
[36:19.800 --> 36:24.360] how Bill Crocker became the temporary chairman. You want me to tell you this sad story? It's
[36:24.360 --> 36:29.360] incredible. Yeah, go ahead. All right. Here's what happened. The temporary chairman for our
[36:29.360 --> 36:37.720] convention was decided back in December. Okay. And the people that decide that are the precinct
[36:37.720 --> 36:45.560] chairs of Travis County. Now I myself missed that meeting. Don Zimmerman put the word out.
[36:45.560 --> 36:49.680] He emailed. He made quite a few phone calls. I'm sure he couldn't call everybody, but he
[36:49.680 --> 36:56.040] emailed everybody. Our precinct chairs did not show up to vote for that important vote
[36:56.040 --> 37:03.600] back in December of 2011. Don Zimmerman ran for that temporary chairmanship of the SD
[37:03.600 --> 37:10.400] convention for SD 14. Folks, we can't let that happen in 2014. We have got to take these
[37:10.400 --> 37:16.600] precinct chairs in Travis County. And guess what? If we just show up for when that vote
[37:16.600 --> 37:19.760] comes up for the temporary chairman, guess who's going to be the temporary chairman?
[37:19.760 --> 37:23.400] It's going to be one of our guys. It's going to be the temporary chairman. And guess who
[37:23.400 --> 37:29.120] appoints the rules chairman? Guess who appoints the nominations chairman? Guess who appoints
[37:29.120 --> 37:36.000] the organ? All these different chairman would be and could be appointed by a Ron Pauler.
[37:36.000 --> 37:39.880] And it's just a matter of us getting the precinct chairs. We got to lay the groundwork
[37:39.880 --> 37:46.640] for 2014 and 2016. Now don't get discouraged by whatever happened in that parking lot.
[37:46.640 --> 37:54.680] Don't let that be your last time out because that's where going now forward, we can win
[37:54.680 --> 37:55.680]  next time.
[37:55.680 --> 38:03.040] I completely agree with you, Richard. We have got to start showing up for these things.
[38:03.040 --> 38:08.920] I mean, it's just a must. And even if Ron Paul doesn't win again or run again, even
[38:08.920 --> 38:12.960] if he doesn't win this time, folks, we've got to keep the ball rolling. We've got to
[38:12.960 --> 38:19.720] keep the momentum going. We've got to start showing up and getting there for these events
[38:19.720 --> 38:27.360] because if our Ron Paul precinct chairs had shown up, we probably would have had Don Zimmerman
[38:27.360 --> 38:33.800] as the convention chair and all of these shenanigans would not have happened. It would have been
[38:33.800 --> 38:39.920] a moot point and we could have spent more of our efforts on trying to get the Ron Paul
[38:39.920 --> 38:45.800] at large delegates into the state convention instead of spending the whole convention,
[38:45.800 --> 38:51.880] the whole day fighting over the precinct, the caucusing. It's absolutely imperative
[38:51.880 --> 38:56.360] that we have got to start showing up. I completely agree with that.
[38:56.360 --> 39:01.800] Absolutely. So I've got to encourage, if you're out there listening right now to this broadcast
[39:01.800 --> 39:09.160] and whether you came over there to the Travis County Central District Conventions or not,
[39:09.160 --> 39:14.960] whether you did or not, we need every precinct chairman that we can get. There's several
[39:14.960 --> 39:19.560] different ways. I guess there's at least two or three ways I can think of. You can become
[39:19.560 --> 39:24.760] a precinct chair. One of them is you can be appointed by the executive committee, meaning
[39:24.760 --> 39:31.040] of the Republican Travis County and another one is you can actually get on the ballot.
[39:31.040 --> 39:35.800] So let's say you look into your precinct chair for your precinct and let's say you've got
[39:35.800 --> 39:42.360] a neocon that's running that precinct chairmanship. You can actually get on the ballot right now.
[39:42.360 --> 39:47.440] The deadline has not passed. The deadline to file for precinct chair is not until I think
[39:47.440 --> 39:53.520] late May or early June. So people can still file to run as precinct chairs in their precincts.
[39:53.520 --> 39:58.920]  If you've got a good Patriot Liberty-minded precinct chair right now, then I wouldn't
[39:58.920 --> 40:03.680] bother challenging that guy. But if you've got an establishment neocon type, we need
[40:03.680 --> 40:08.600] you to run. So folks, if you were there at the parking lot or even if you weren't, if
[40:08.600 --> 40:13.680] you're a Patriot and looking for freedom and liberty, we need more precinct chairs in Travis
[40:13.680 --> 40:18.520] County. That way, when these important votes come up for a temporary chair of SD-14 or
[40:18.520 --> 40:23.840] these temporary chairs for these other SDs, well, it'll be us next time. And we appoint
[40:23.840 --> 40:28.520] our own nominations committee people, rules committee, et cetera. And all of a sudden,
[40:28.520 --> 40:32.640] we go from a 12-hour convention, we go down to a two or three-hour convention. Even in
[40:32.640 --> 40:38.400] SD-14, that can happen because if our folks were running that convention, that rule out
[40:38.400 --> 40:42.280] of the rules committee, where they were going to try to not even let precincts caucus to
[40:42.280 --> 40:46.360] deliver their delegates, they wouldn't have proffered that rule.
[40:46.360 --> 40:53.080] Right. Right. Absolutely. And it was a bad move on their part to try to make such a huge
[40:53.080 --> 41:00.200] power grab like that because it totally backfired in their face. Even the neocons in the neocon
[41:00.200 --> 41:07.280] precincts were like, I don't think so. We're going to caucus. It was just outrageous that
[41:07.280 --> 41:12.800] the blatant attempt at the power grab, all for the sole purpose to try to keep the Ron
[41:12.800 --> 41:18.960] Paul delegates, to try to keep Ron Paulers out of becoming state delegates. And it backfired
[41:18.960 --> 41:23.680] on them because even the neocons were like, excuse me, we're going to have our precinct
[41:23.680 --> 41:24.680]  caucusing.
[41:24.680 --> 41:30.720] Now, a couple of points I wanted to make about showing up, the importance of showing up.
[41:30.720 --> 41:35.080] And one thing you mentioned, Richard, was the voting strength of these precincts. All
[41:35.080 --> 41:40.760] right. I'm in a small precinct. We have a voting strength of two. All right. That means
[41:40.760 --> 41:48.160] we could have maximum of two delegates representing the precinct at the senatorial district convention.
[41:48.160 --> 41:54.640] Our precinct carries a voting power of two votes. Some of them have almost upwards 80,
[41:54.640 --> 42:01.240] 90 vote voting strength. Well, as they were doing the roll call and me being a mathematician,
[42:01.240 --> 42:07.680] I'm checking up on these people. I'm not going to just, you know, talk and shit chat and
[42:07.680 --> 42:12.520] browse the internet and what have you while they're doing the roll calls, especially not
[42:12.520 --> 42:17.360] while they're doing the roll call vote. So I'm sitting there and I'm writing down everything
[42:17.360 --> 42:24.200] where they're announcing the voting strength for each precinct and how many people actually
[42:24.200 --> 42:29.480] showed up from that precinct. Folks, there were precincts that were like where they could
[42:29.480 --> 42:35.360]  have a maximum of 80 people representing the precinct, like 80, 90 people, 80, 90 votes.
[42:35.360 --> 42:42.200] Four people showed up. Okay. Now, what happens in that situation is that they divide the
[42:42.200 --> 42:49.440] voting strength between those four people. And so if you get a situation like what happened
[42:49.440 --> 42:55.760] in one precinct that I know, a friend of mine that was able to caucus, it was a gridlock.
[42:55.760 --> 43:02.520] Two of them were Ron Paulers and two of them were neocons. So it was a gridlock. And so
[43:02.520 --> 43:07.840] what would happen is every time that it would come time for a vote, like for the rule change,
[43:07.840 --> 43:14.040] someone would go up from the precinct and say, precinct numbers such and such, two voting,
[43:14.040 --> 43:21.040] yes, two voting, no. And so they just cancel each other out. All right. It was ridiculous.
[43:21.040 --> 43:27.560] If one more, I know a friend of mine, a friend of mine was in a precinct that did caucusing
[43:27.560 --> 43:36.000] that was in a gridlock like that. He missed going to state by one vote. He begged his neighbor,
[43:36.000 --> 43:40.720] please show up and just, you don't have to stay there all day. Just be there for the
[43:40.720 --> 43:46.440] precinct caucuses to make sure you vote for me to be a delegate to go directly to state
[43:46.440 --> 43:52.440] out of the precinct caucuses. She didn't show up. It was a gridlock in the precinct caucusing
[43:52.440 --> 43:57.360] and he didn't go to state. So folks, one vote, one person can matter. You've got to show
[43:57.360 --> 44:00.400]  up. We'll be right back.

[46:21.440 --> 46:44.800] Okay folks, we are back. We're talking right now about the voting strength issue and how
[46:44.800 --> 46:52.040] important it is to show up to these conventions, folks, because like I just said, friend of
[46:52.040 --> 46:59.080] mine, he missed going to state out of his precinct caucuses by one vote because his neighbor
[46:59.080 --> 47:03.040] didn't show up even after he begged her to and she said she was going to and then she
[47:03.040 --> 47:08.760] didn't. So it's just a sad situation. One vote can really matter. I mean, if you get
[47:08.760 --> 47:17.480] in a situation where you've got a large precinct with a large voting strength and there's not
[47:17.480 --> 47:22.800] very many neocons in there, if all the Ron Paulers from that precinct show up, then you
[47:22.800 --> 47:27.360] outvote the neocons within your own precinct and then you get to and then the Ron Paulers
[47:27.360 --> 47:34.160] get to have all the voting strength of that large precinct and in some cases at the convention
[47:34.160 --> 47:39.640] that happened, in some cases it didn't. So go ahead, Richard. You were going to mention
[47:39.640 --> 47:43.280] something about the voting strength and key precincts.
[47:43.280 --> 47:49.560] That's right. Denver makes a great point. Folks, we were probably only about 20 people
[47:49.560 --> 47:57.160] away from being a solid majority in that convention in SD 14. Only 20 people away had they been
[47:57.160 --> 48:03.360] in the key spots and in the key precincts to at least help balance or counterbalance
[48:03.360 --> 48:09.120] the voting strength of these precincts. Only 20 people away. So I can see at least three
[48:09.120 --> 48:16.240] big areas, three big areas where the ball was dropped by our team. Number one, we should
[48:16.240 --> 48:22.520] have had the precinct chairs back there in December 2011 to install the temporary chairman
[48:22.520 --> 48:29.640] for SD 14. Number two, we should have had a few more delegates show up in these neocon
[48:29.640 --> 48:35.480] establishment precincts to be there to at least offset or even out, like you said, even
[48:35.480 --> 48:39.880] if we could just get even on, you know, if we could have two and two or three and three
[48:39.880 --> 48:45.880] or one and one to balance out a precinct, that would have been huge. And thirdly, and
[48:45.880 --> 48:51.080] you mentioned this earlier and I had not mentioned it yet and followed up on it, but folks, we
[48:51.080 --> 48:56.840] have got to get the word out last Thursday. Last Thursday, thousands of people showed
[48:56.840 --> 49:03.320] up at the LBJ auditorium, the lawn, the lawn outside on the west side of the LBJ presidential
[49:03.320 --> 49:08.880] library. Thousands of people showed up and wow, it was exciting. It was encouraging.
[49:08.880 --> 49:16.160] I was happy to see it. But at the same time, this last Thursday a week ago was about five
[49:16.160 --> 49:21.480] or so days after our central district convention. And I'm knowing for a fact that the majority
[49:21.480 --> 49:26.240] of those people that showed up last Thursday at the big rally for Ron Paul, most of them
[49:26.240 --> 49:32.000] had to be Travis County residents. I'm thinking, where were they? Where were they? I mean,
[49:32.000 --> 49:38.720] had they had that mass, had that body shown up Saturday, you know, back when we had our
[49:38.720 --> 49:44.520] convention April 21st, I believe it was, had they shown up, it wouldn't matter what precincts
[49:44.520 --> 49:49.600] they were in because they just, we just would have dominated with just sheer numbers. It
[49:49.600 --> 49:53.200] wouldn't have mattered if they were there to counterbalance the neocon precinct. Probably
[49:53.200 --> 49:57.600] it just randomly would have worked out that they would have counterbalanced these big
[49:57.600 --> 50:03.040] precinct, these big neocon precincts anyway. But even if we hadn't, we still could have
[50:03.040 --> 50:09.520] mowed over and dominated the SD 14 establishment right then and there. So there's some sad
[50:09.520 --> 50:15.080] tales right there that we can look at ourselves out there altogether that we just didn't get
[50:15.080 --> 50:19.520] the job done and showing up. Now that's why it's so important to go to state because believe
[50:19.520 --> 50:26.000] it or not, even after all of those fumbles that we had, I still feel a strong, strong,
[50:26.000 --> 50:29.800] strong possibility that we're going to go up there to the state and we're going to be
[50:29.800 --> 50:36.640] a majority, not only in SD 14, but maybe potentially across the board all the way across the state.
[50:36.640 --> 50:41.320] Absolutely, Richard. I mean, and you were talking about the attrition and I'm, I'm
[50:41.320 --> 50:45.680] gathering that that means when people don't show up at the convention, even though they
[50:45.680 --> 50:52.240] were, they were delegates and were supposed to be going and you were saying that could
[50:52.240 --> 51:00.880] go anywhere up to 65%, to have 65% Ron Pollars instead of just maybe like 52 or 55% and folks,
[51:00.880 --> 51:04.960] it's just so important and it's too bad that Ron Paul didn't come into town before the
[51:04.960 --> 51:07.960] senatorial district convention because we could have gone around and passed out flyers
[51:07.960 --> 51:12.040] to all of those people, you know, I mean. Oh yeah, just, you know, a week earlier would
[51:12.040 --> 51:15.840] have been all the difference in the world. It could have been all the difference in the
[51:15.840 --> 51:20.120] world. I mean, we didn't even run, I mean, there wasn't even a PSA for that Ron Paul
[51:20.120 --> 51:26.000] event that I knew that I know of and still 6,000 people show. I mean, that shows you
[51:26.000 --> 51:31.800] the level of support for the man. I mean, it's just absolutely unbelievable. We've
[51:31.800 --> 51:36.120] got, I mean, the people who are delegates now are alternates now, you've got to go to
[51:36.120 --> 51:40.800] state. There's just no question about it. We've got to get there, try to stay with
[51:40.800 --> 51:47.880] friends, family, you know, caravan together, carpool together, whatever you got to do.
[51:47.880 --> 51:52.960] And we've got to keep this momentum going for the 2014 convention. One thing that struck
[51:52.960 --> 51:59.760] me too about all of this, you know, is that even regardless of the whole Ron Paul issue,
[51:59.760 --> 52:05.680] we've got to get some better leadership in there because right now, I'm sorry to say,
[52:05.680 --> 52:12.360] it's very poor leadership. The number that I heard and don't, you know, don't hold me
[52:12.360 --> 52:17.200]  to this because I don't have the, I didn't see the paper documentation, but I believe
[52:17.200 --> 52:25.680] it was announced at the convention, something like $5,000 was spent to rent the High Park
[52:25.680 --> 52:32.720] Baptist Church. Okay. Now, the High Park Baptist Church could not donate any time after the
[52:32.720 --> 52:38.120] convention was over so that we could keep going because that would violate their tax
[52:38.120 --> 52:44.240] exempt status, you know, 5-1-C-3 or whatever they've got with the IRS. They have to charge.
[52:44.240 --> 52:51.200] They can't donate to a political entity. So they had to kick us out. The folks, $5,000
[52:51.200 --> 52:55.600] for the High Park Baptist Church, where they kicked us out at six o'clock for a few rooms
[52:55.600 --> 53:03.320] in the sanctuary, you've got to be kidding me. That is outrageous extravagance spending
[53:03.320 --> 53:10.400] for a convention. I have organized major events before, like when Ron Avery did the Architects
[53:10.400 --> 53:17.440] and Engineers for 9-11 events, the press release when they had 1,000 signatures for
[53:17.440 --> 53:22.680] the Architects and Engineers for 9-11 Truth. I'm not going to say the number, but let me
[53:22.680 --> 53:28.400] tell you what, from the experience that I have had organizing events like that, for
[53:28.400 --> 53:34.840] $5,000, I could have booked a venue big enough for all of the districts in Travis County
[53:34.840 --> 53:39.680] plus multiple rooms for all the committees and everything. We could have had a two-day,
[53:39.680 --> 53:44.440] two-night convention for $5,000 if I had been organizing it. All right. Now, this is
[53:44.440 --> 53:50.560] just absolutely ridiculous that they blew five grand on the High Park Baptist Church
[53:50.560 --> 53:54.640] and then we get kicked out at six o'clock and we have to go sit in the parking garage
[53:54.640 --> 53:59.800] for four hours and then all the shenanigans that went down and there was no amplification.
[53:59.800 --> 54:05.200] You couldn't hear what Brocker was saying, so people weren't able to make objections
[54:05.200 --> 54:13.520] and make parliamentary maneuvers when they should have. It was a disgrace. That should
[54:13.520 --> 54:19.360] be a badge of disgrace to the leadership of the Travis County Republican Party that they
[54:19.360 --> 54:23.600] let that go down. I'm not going to put up with it anymore. We've got to get ourselves
[54:23.600 --> 54:29.640] into positions of power in the future so that we can change the rules. I say mandatory.
[54:29.640 --> 54:34.880] Venue has to be booked at least until midnight of the same day if not a two-day event. I
[54:34.880 --> 54:39.680] mean, this is, Richard, we can't put up this anymore. What do you have to say about this?
[54:39.680 --> 54:44.300] Well, Deborah, I agree. And potentially a lot of what you outlined was potentially
[54:44.300 --> 54:50.680] by design to create animosity towards the Ron Paul faction coming in as that we're
[54:50.680 --> 54:56.480] the troublemakers. We're the ones that are belligerent and not wanting to cooperate and
[54:56.480 --> 55:01.600] make things happen the right way. I think it was kind of designed for that. But I think
[55:01.600 --> 55:07.760] in the long run, it was just the last gasp. It's kind of like in that Skexie's thing when
[55:07.760 --> 55:12.160] the emperor is dying and somebody tries to take his scepter right there as he's dying
[55:12.160 --> 55:18.000] and passing on to the great beyond. But somebody tries to get that scepter from him and he
[55:18.000 --> 55:24.440] snatches that scepter back just in this last gasp. He says, I'm still emperor. I'm still
[55:24.440 --> 55:31.320] emperor. That's what that was. It's basically just the last gasp trying to hang on to what
[55:31.320 --> 55:37.760] they've got going on. There is the old guard faction. But this is it. I expect 2014 if
[55:37.760 --> 55:41.920] we just show up, if we get our people there, if we become precinct chairs, if we go to
[55:41.920 --> 55:47.240] the executive committee meetings, if we nominate and elect our own temporary chairman, that's
[55:47.240 --> 55:57.440] it. Game over. Game over. Sometimes just having the sheer numbers really is enough. If you've
[55:57.440 --> 56:02.200] got the numbers, you can change the rules. You can put in your own people into leadership.
[56:02.200 --> 56:07.440] The numbers matter. It really, really does. Well, Richard, we're coming up to the end
[56:07.440 --> 56:11.480] of the top of the hour. I really want to thank you for spending so much time with us. Do
[56:11.480 --> 56:15.200] you have any other comments you want to make here at the end of the session?
[56:15.200 --> 56:19.480] Absolutely. I got some last ideas to button up, folks. If you were there in that parking
[56:19.480 --> 56:24.200] garage or attended that commission, did not get to go or did not get the selected to go
[56:24.200 --> 56:29.760] state, still pat yourselves on the back just for showing up. Those votes to get the rules
[56:29.760 --> 56:34.600] changes were critical. I fully think that we are sending the majority of the state commission
[56:34.600 --> 56:41.120] out of SD 14. And I think via attrition, folks, I was looking at the CNN website and
[56:41.120 --> 56:46.240]  I still can't believe it. That's why I'm citing that it's a CNN source. In New York
[56:46.240 --> 56:53.360] state, according to the CNN website, less than 200,000 people voted in the New York
[56:53.360 --> 57:01.080] primary, April 24. That's incredible. You talk about lack of interest. I mean, if that
[57:01.080 --> 57:06.080] is accurate. Well, Richard, one thing I wanted to tell you before you leave before the end
[57:06.080 --> 57:12.480] of this segment is that in Oklahoma, they did dominate. And they have senatorial, they
[57:12.480 --> 57:18.480] have congressional district caucusing up there before their state conventions. And they totally
[57:18.480 --> 57:24.160] took over all of their congressional district caucusing where they caucus to send people
[57:24.160 --> 57:31.160] directly to the national convention. And guess what? Our very own Kay Beach, host of
[57:31.160 --> 57:38.840] Action for Liberty on Friday nights, she is going to the RNC. And she told me that what
[57:38.840 --> 57:46.280] they called that day, they called it something like the Paul Valley slaughter. That's what
[57:46.280 --> 57:53.960] they called their congressional caucuses that day because all across the state of Oklahoma
[57:53.960 --> 57:58.800] that was two weeks ago, Friday, the same day that we had our district convention, all across
[57:58.800 --> 58:03.800] the state of Oklahoma, the Ron Paulers took over their congressional district caucuses
[58:03.800 --> 58:09.320] and they are sending pretty much nothing but Ron Paul delegates directly to the RNC, including
[58:09.320 --> 58:14.280] our own Kay Beach. So see folks, we really can do it. Ron Paul's got his five states.
[58:14.280 --> 58:19.720] He will be nominated first ballot. Amazing. Incredible. All right, Richard, any last
[58:19.720 --> 58:24.720] comments? We've got about 40 seconds left. That's it. Everybody continue this process.
[58:24.720 --> 58:28.920] We've got to go as far. We've got to move the football as far down the field as we can.
[58:28.920 --> 58:32.520] We've got to get him on the first ballot. Ron Paul will be there at the RNC and get
[58:32.520 --> 58:39.120] to speak to that crowd. It's amazing. Praise the Lord. All right, folks, we'll be back after
[58:39.120 --> 58:43.800] the top of the hour. We've got some calls on the line and we'll be back with Randy.
[58:43.800 --> 58:48.880] He's got some interesting topics and information he wants to discuss too and we'll be right
[58:48.880 --> 59:00.360] back after the top of the hour break.
[59:00.360 --> 59:06.880] The Oakland City Bombay, top 10 reasons to question the official story. Reason number
[59:06.880 --> 59:13.360] two, why was the ATF AWOL? Paramedic Tiffany Bible, who was on the scene within five minutes,
[59:13.360 --> 59:17.880] has stated in an affidavit that agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms told
[59:17.880 --> 59:22.240] her that they were not in their office that morning. EMT Catherine Mallant also overheard
[59:22.240 --> 59:27.120] one agent say to another, close, is that why we got the page to not come in today, end
[59:27.120 --> 59:32.480] quote. Bruce Shaw, as interviewed on KFOR TV, was also told by ATF agents that they had
[59:32.480 --> 59:38.760] been paid to not come into work. The ATF initially denied these claims and now variously claim
[59:38.760 --> 59:42.560] that one of their agents was in a free falling elevator, which has been disproven, or that
[59:42.560 --> 59:46.800] they'd been in an all night stick out, or that they'd been in a golf tournament. As
[59:46.800 --> 59:51.320] they try to sort out their lies, all we want to know is, did the ATF receive a warning,
[59:51.320 --> 59:57.320] and if so, why did they not pass it on to others in the mobile? For more information,
[59:57.320 --> 01:00:05.520] go to OKCBombandTruth.com. A laugh that does classified research for America's military
[01:00:05.520 --> 01:00:11.040] will soon use computer parts made by a company with close ties to China's military. Isn't
[01:00:11.040 --> 01:00:15.000] that asking for a security breach? I got your account for an Albright, and I'll be back
[01:00:15.000 --> 01:00:44.520]  with details.
[01:00:46.000 --> 01:00:51.680] Our military uses supercomputers to simulate submarine warfare and test our fighter jets.
[01:00:51.680 --> 01:00:56.840] They're so top secret that some in Congress are wondering where the contracts are going.
[01:00:56.840 --> 01:01:02.280] Huawei Technologies, founded by a former Chinese military engineer, will now provide the hardware
[01:01:02.280 --> 01:01:07.520] for these programs that simulate U.S. war games. On paper, it makes sense. Chinese components
[01:01:07.520 --> 01:01:12.240] are cheaper, but is it good common sense? Our spy agencies have warned for years that
[01:01:12.240 --> 01:01:17.200] Beijing might try to partner with U.S. vendors to set up listening posts in our military's
[01:01:17.200 --> 01:01:22.240] computer network. Now it's happening. Can we at least keep our supercomputers made in
[01:01:22.240 --> 01:01:23.240]  America?
[01:01:23.240 --> 01:01:32.240] I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:01:32.240 --> 01:01:36.880] Canton Seminole County, Florida are no longer treated like criminals in the lunch line. Their
[01:01:36.880 --> 01:01:41.960] school district has abandoned the cafeteria ID fingerprint program that had privacy
[01:01:41.960 --> 01:01:47.880] advocates fuming. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht, and I'll be right back with the details.
[01:01:47.880 --> 01:01:52.280] Privacy is under attack. When you give up data about yourself, you'll never get it back
[01:01:52.280 --> 01:01:57.880] again. And once your privacy is gone, you'll find your freedoms will start to vanish too.
[01:01:57.880 --> 01:02:04.040] So protect your rights. Say no to surveillance and keep your information to yourself. Privacy,
[01:02:04.040 --> 01:02:09.160] it's worth hanging on to. This public service announcement is brought to you by startpage.com,

[01:02:16.680 --> 01:02:21.400] Fingerprint scanners are associated with criminals, but at many U.S. schools they've become fixtures
[01:02:21.400 --> 01:02:26.440] in the cafeteria. In the name of efficiency, kids are trained to present a fingerprint in
[01:02:26.440 --> 01:02:32.440] exchange for a hot meal. It's the ultimate Pavlovian linkage of food to big brother biometric
[01:02:32.440 --> 01:02:37.920] control. Fortunately, Seminole County, Florida is giving the finger scanners the old heave
[01:02:37.920 --> 01:02:43.200] hoe after a four-year experiment. The district's food service manager says the program was
[01:02:43.200 --> 01:02:48.800] too expensive, and it was too much work scanning every kid's index finger into the network.
[01:02:48.800 --> 01:02:53.920] Plus, the scanners apparently had a hard time reading children's miniature fingertips.
[01:02:53.920 --> 01:02:59.440] Creepy. I'm Dr. Catherine Albrecht. More news and information at CatherineAlbrecht.com.
[01:02:59.440 --> 01:03:07.680] Looking for some truth? You found it. LogosRadioNetwork.com.
[01:03:29.440 --> 01:03:36.720] We're about to start taking a call, and just a quick on the other side wrap up, folks. We've got
[01:03:36.720 --> 01:03:41.760] to start participating in these sorts of things, because this is how it works on the inside.
[01:03:41.760 --> 01:03:46.400] This is the sausage grinder. This is the meat grinder. This is what happens, and folks,
[01:03:46.400 --> 01:03:51.040] I gotta say, we have got to get some better leadership, and we can do it. We've got the
[01:03:51.040 --> 01:03:58.640] numbers. They did it in Oklahoma. The Paul Valley Massacre two weeks ago, Saturday, April 21st,
[01:03:58.640 --> 01:04:03.200] the Paul Valley Massacre in Oklahoma, they completely took over their congressional
[01:04:03.200 --> 01:04:08.400] district caucuses all across the state. Nothing but Ron Paulers are going directly to the RNC.
[01:04:08.400 --> 01:04:13.440] We can do that here. We've got to get this bad leadership out. I mean, folks, I'm sorry to say,
[01:04:13.440 --> 01:04:20.560] but it was a disgrace. I mean, it was pathetic, a pathetic leadership that they would book
[01:04:21.680 --> 01:04:26.640] a venue and spend $5,000 on a venue where we only have it till six o'clock.
[01:04:26.640 --> 01:04:30.640] Pathetic, absolutely disgraceful. We have to sit in the parking garage to finish
[01:04:30.640 --> 01:04:36.320] our convention. That is a very, very bad pathetic reflection on our current leadership,
[01:04:36.320 --> 01:04:43.600] and we can do so much better than that, and we will. All right. We are now going to our calls.
[01:04:43.600 --> 01:04:48.720] We've got Robert in Texas. Robert, thank you for calling in. What is your question or comment for
[01:04:48.720 --> 01:04:59.760] us tonight? It's about a criminal wreck. Okay, go ahead. Okay. My son, he was a kid that aggravated
[01:04:59.760 --> 01:05:07.360] stuff with a deadly weapon and interfering with a emergency phone call by his girlfriend,
[01:05:08.400 --> 01:05:18.240] and it's July, of course. And anyway, he was invited on July 27, 2010, so I didn't know how
[01:05:18.240 --> 01:05:24.400] long they had to be before they could actually, you know, they have to drop it if it's, I thought
[01:05:24.400 --> 01:05:30.000] it was 180 days or one guy said 108 days, one said a year, and then another said three years.
[01:05:30.000 --> 01:05:36.400] I didn't know which one was right. But anyway, it's good. Randy, what's the answer? How long do
[01:05:36.400 --> 01:05:43.360] they have to sit on an indictment before they initiate a prosecution? Right. Yeah.
[01:05:43.360 --> 01:05:46.480] Yeah. Randy, are you there?
[01:05:49.760 --> 01:06:05.280] Somebody muted my mic again when I wasn't looking. Oh, boy. On a felony, the 3221A, I believe it is.
[01:06:05.280 --> 01:06:16.480] I forget which one it is. The Speedy Trial Act in Texas has been overturned by the courts because
[01:06:17.360 --> 01:06:22.240] under the claim that it was unconstitutional. And our legislature, I believe, deliberately
[01:06:22.240 --> 01:06:29.920] wrote it that way for that purpose. So we don't have a Speedy Trial Act. We do have a constitutional
[01:06:29.920 --> 01:06:40.080] right to Speedy Trial. The act that was overturned stipulated what constituted Speedy Trial. And in
[01:06:40.080 --> 01:06:48.160] the matter of a felony, it was 180 days from the time of the indictment until they had that long
[01:06:48.160 --> 01:07:00.480] to bring him to trial. Yeah, but how long it is now? Well, they indict him on July 27, 2010.
[01:07:03.200 --> 01:07:11.360] Has he demanded his right to a Speedy Trial? No. But they said they was going to get a jury trial
[01:07:11.360 --> 01:07:14.640] and he had to be there to help him pick the jury trial. And that don't make sense to me.
[01:07:14.640 --> 01:07:20.960] Oh, is he? Yeah, you have to be there. I'll be on the 14th of this month.
[01:07:20.960 --> 01:07:31.360] Okay. You can file a motion to dismiss too old a prosecute. And they will deny it. But remember
[01:07:31.360 --> 01:07:39.680] that everything that occurs in the trial at Bar is about setting the record for appeal.
[01:07:39.680 --> 01:07:47.040] So if you don't raise it in the case, you can't raise it in appeal. So absolutely
[01:07:47.920 --> 01:07:51.200] have him file a motion to dismiss too old a prosecute.
[01:07:52.240 --> 01:07:57.280] Okay. Okay. Well, he had a misdemeanor too, but that's when they're going to go up to Purse.
[01:07:57.840 --> 01:08:02.000] I think they said that's the top of the misdemeanor for emergency phone call.
[01:08:02.800 --> 01:08:09.200] And they were going to pick the jury for that. As far as I know, if they don't get that,
[01:08:09.200 --> 01:08:13.840]  I think they're blessing myself. I don't know. Well, Randy, wait a minute. Let's back up here
[01:08:13.840 --> 01:08:20.240] a second. Are you saying that there is no statutory requirement in the state of Texas right now
[01:08:20.240 --> 01:08:25.600] regarding the time limitation on when they have to act on an indictment? I mean,
[01:08:25.600 --> 01:08:30.880] can they indict somebody and like 20, 30 years later decide they want to prosecute?
[01:08:30.880 --> 01:08:40.320] Yep. Well, as far as the statutes go, now the Constitution guarantees a right to a speedy
[01:08:40.320 --> 01:08:48.400] trial, but what defines a speedy trial? The legislature apparently deliberately wrote
[01:08:48.400 --> 01:08:54.320] the statute in order to violate the Constitution so that it would be overturned. This way, the
[01:08:54.320 --> 01:09:00.880] legislature gets to say, well, we put the protection in place. It's the courts that overturned it.
[01:09:01.600 --> 01:09:07.600] But when they wrote the legislation, it had been overturned for this reason
[01:09:08.160 --> 01:09:17.280] previous to the last enactment. The legislation said that if the person was not brought to trial
[01:09:17.280 --> 01:09:24.640] within 180 days, the court had to enter a verdict of not guilty. Now, that was absolutely
[01:09:24.640 --> 01:09:35.760] outrageously improper on its face. The legislature cannot dictate a judicial decision. Now, had
[01:09:35.760 --> 01:09:46.240] the statute said, if the court does not bring the person to trial within 100 days, the individual
[01:09:46.240 --> 01:09:54.320] has a right to dismissal, then it would not have been unconstitutional. But they didn't
[01:09:54.320 --> 01:10:00.560] write it that way on purpose so that we would not have a speedy trial, right? So that the courts
[01:10:00.560 --> 01:10:06.160] could take as long as they want to to beat somebody up to get them to where they'll take a deal.
[01:10:07.440 --> 01:10:12.480] Now, this is an outrageous mess and we absolutely need this fixed in the next legislature.
[01:10:12.480 --> 01:10:18.720] Okay, well, what's the remedy now? Right now, you have to go to the constitutional right as
[01:10:18.720 --> 01:10:25.680] define the time limit which defines speedy is still in the case law. So you have to demand it
[01:10:25.680 --> 01:10:35.360] under the constitutional right. What is the case law say? The case law essentially upholds the
[01:10:35.360 --> 01:10:47.840] time limit that was in the statute, which was 180 days. 180 days. Is this Texas Supreme Court
[01:10:47.840 --> 01:10:58.400] rulings or federal court rulings? This is Texas. Okay, if Robert cited that case law in his motion
[01:10:58.400 --> 01:11:05.600] for speedy trial or motion, I'm sorry, motion to dismiss based on the being too old, would that be
[01:11:05.600 --> 01:11:11.200] advisable for him to cite that case law? It would absolutely be advisable. Okay, Robert, if you would
[01:11:11.200 --> 01:11:18.640] send Randy and me an email, we will get you the case law on that so that you can put that in your
[01:11:18.640 --> 01:11:26.640] motion to dismiss, okay? Okay. Thank you. All right. What about the misdemeanor deal? Go ahead,
[01:11:26.640 --> 01:11:32.800] Robert. What's the question? About the misdemeanor, you know, they got them separate, you know,
[01:11:32.800 --> 01:11:39.840] two different courts. Yeah, they have to. They're two different. Well, they didn't. They didn't.
[01:11:39.840 --> 01:11:48.000] Actually not. If they both arose out of the same incident, he should move to join. Okay.
[01:11:49.280 --> 01:11:56.160] Because it's improper to have two trials over accusations that come out of one incident.
[01:11:56.160 --> 01:12:00.640] What should he move to dismiss the misdemeanor also for being too old to prosecute?
[01:12:00.640 --> 01:12:04.160] Oh, absolutely. Now, is it a different time length on that one?
[01:12:05.520 --> 01:12:11.440] 120 and 90, depending on B or C. Well, they never did. They never did
[01:12:12.320 --> 01:12:18.160] indict him for the misdemeanor here. You don't get indicted for misdemeanor in Texas. Oh, okay.
[01:12:18.160 --> 01:12:24.880] Yeah. So what was the level they charged him with? Because sooner fearing with the 911 calls
[01:12:24.880 --> 01:12:31.040] are felony. Oh, really? Yeah, but they chose not to. What was the charge, Robert?
[01:12:31.920 --> 01:12:37.840] Misdemeanor. For interfering with the 911? No, Peter. Yeah, that's what they said. Class A,
[01:12:37.840 --> 01:12:42.080]  class B, class C. No, thanks class C on it. Okay.
[01:12:42.080 --> 01:12:48.880] Okay. So that would be 120 days on a class A misdemeanor. Okay.
[01:12:50.000 --> 01:12:56.720] All right. So, Randy, if you could get that case law, we'll be expecting an email from Robert.
[01:12:56.720 --> 01:13:01.760] Yeah. What you could expect them to do when you get to trial, they will tell him,
[01:13:02.960 --> 01:13:05.360] you cop to the one, we'll drop the other.
[01:13:05.360 --> 01:13:11.680] If that's what the use is for him. Oh, they wanted to drop the misdemeanor,
[01:13:11.680 --> 01:13:14.880] but he didn't want to take that either. He didn't want to take either one of them.
[01:13:14.880 --> 01:13:19.440] They was going to give him two years. I mean, it was a lie to start with, you know,
[01:13:19.440 --> 01:13:25.120] and our lawyer just didn't push the button around. Do you still, does he still have a lawyer? Oh,
[01:13:25.120 --> 01:13:30.800] yeah. Is this court appointed or did you hire him? We hired him, but he made $8,000. Okay,
[01:13:30.800 --> 01:13:35.520] wait a minute. How, Randy, how are they supposed to file motions if they have a lawyer?
[01:13:37.520 --> 01:13:40.240] Tell the lawyer to file them and when the lawyer doesn't file them,
[01:13:40.240 --> 01:13:44.720] grieve him. When the lawyer moves to be removed from the case, grieve him for that and object
[01:13:44.720 --> 01:13:49.680] to him being removed. Once the lawyer realizes you'll kick his butt every way from Sunday,
[01:13:49.680 --> 01:13:54.960] you get up off his can, do his job. Go to the, uh, coach, go to the, uh, Texas board,
[01:13:54.960 --> 01:14:01.680] tell them to file on it. You follow bar grievance. Okay. And what'll happen when you
[01:14:01.680 --> 01:14:07.760] file a bar grievance is he will move the court, ask the court to remove him from the case. Okay.
[01:14:07.760 --> 01:14:14.560] And you might tell him that when you go to the judge and ask the judge to be removed from this
[01:14:14.560 --> 01:14:20.960] case, I'll file a bar grievance against you for that. Then I'll file a malpractice suit against you
[01:14:20.960 --> 01:14:26.160] and then I'll file against the judge. If he removes you, I get to sue the judge.
[01:14:26.880 --> 01:14:30.480] So Randy, you don't think he should just fire the attorney and go pro se at this point and
[01:14:30.480 --> 01:14:36.720] file his own motions? No, heck, no, heck no. Uh, he, they will crucify him if he does that. He'll
[01:14:36.720 --> 01:14:44.960] be much better off beating up his own attorney and giving the court a reason to protect their,
[01:14:44.960 --> 01:14:54.400] this attorney and make a deal with client. That's even better. Oh yeah. He's got much
[01:14:54.400 --> 01:15:00.480] more to lose. You can say whatever you want on the air. It's just, if you want to protect your own
[01:15:00.480 --> 01:15:05.920] privacy, you don't have, you may not want to say his name, but you can say his name and we will
[01:15:05.920 --> 01:15:12.880] be glad to call him and tell him that, oh, we, you were so disparaged on the air for being a
[01:15:12.880 --> 01:15:18.640] chump lawyer, uh, that we owe it to you to give you opportunity to come on the air and explain
[01:15:18.640 --> 01:15:26.400] yourself. Yeah, we'll call him up, Robert. We'll ask him, we'll ask him for an interview since,
[01:15:26.400 --> 01:15:32.720] hey, we want to have, uh, fair and unbiased reporting now. We want to have both sides of the
[01:15:32.720 --> 01:15:38.000] story. No, but he, there's no way he would come on the air because he would say, oh, I can't talk
[01:15:38.000 --> 01:15:43.360] about the case because that's client attorney privilege. But when he's got a radio station
[01:15:43.360 --> 01:15:47.600] calling him, that's going to really get his attention, especially if it's our profile attorney.
[01:15:47.600 --> 01:15:52.000] Remember all this. What? Well, Robert, Robert, all these shows are archived. You can download
[01:15:52.000 --> 01:15:57.840] the archive and listen to it after. Oh, okay. That's good. Okay. Then let me explain this a little.
[01:15:57.840 --> 01:16:03.760] Go ahead, Randy. Tell him how to beat up his attorney. This is going to be fun. Okay. On, uh,
[01:16:03.760 --> 01:16:12.800] on the web on go to bar grievance.net. Bar grievance.net. Yes. And you, you click on the
[01:16:12.800 --> 01:16:20.560] complaint form and there's this complaint form is go to the bottom of the form. There's a link
[01:16:20.560 --> 01:16:27.520] in there that says click here. Click on, click on that. It will take you to the American Bar
[01:16:27.520 --> 01:16:33.920] association model standards in questionnaire format. And it just goes through it and said,
[01:16:33.920 --> 01:16:38.960] does the lawyer do this? Did he do this? Did he do this? And walked through it and you'll find the
[01:16:38.960 --> 01:16:48.800] ones to that fit what he did. And then we write a complaint in the language of the standard. I'll
[01:16:48.800 --> 01:16:53.920] explain it in more detail when I come back. This is Randy Calton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig,

[01:19:43.520 --> 01:20:01.280] I ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again. I ain't gonna fool me with that same old trick again.
[01:20:01.280 --> 01:20:10.320] Ain't gonna drive me with that same old stuff. I get it now, but then I must have been out of
[01:20:10.320 --> 01:20:17.600] my mind. Okay, this is Randy Kelton, Deborah Stevens, Eddie Craig. We have low radio. And we're talking to
[01:20:17.600 --> 01:20:25.600] Robert in Texas. Our phone lines are open 512-646-1984. Give us a call if you have a question or a
[01:20:25.600 --> 01:20:35.200] comment. But we were talking about bar grievances. And on the site, I'm having a programmer now
[01:20:35.200 --> 01:20:44.640] start to rework the site, so it'd be a little bit more effective. But go to that link and look at the
[01:20:46.240 --> 01:20:52.080] bar standards in questionnaire format. It makes it really easy to go through,
[01:20:53.120 --> 01:21:03.120] and you will be surprised at what you can grieve a lawyer for. I have a book on legal malpractice.
[01:21:03.120 --> 01:21:12.400] And it was clear after going through the book that nobody who's presently a lawyer read that
[01:21:12.400 --> 01:21:18.800] book before they went to law school. But they would have went into a different profession. You can sue
[01:21:18.800 --> 01:21:26.720] them for everything. And just about anything you can sue them for, you can grieve them for. And here's
[01:21:26.720 --> 01:21:33.760] the deal with bar grieving a lawyer in Texas, and in most every other state. If you file a bar
[01:21:33.760 --> 01:21:41.040] grievance against a lawyer in Texas, the state bar will get that grievance and throw it into trash.
[01:21:42.320 --> 01:21:47.520] And send you this computer generated letter that said be examined into your complaint and find it
[01:21:47.520 --> 01:21:55.520] does not arise to the level of misconduct. And that's a good thing. The reason that's
[01:21:55.520 --> 01:22:03.360] a good thing is there are nine underwriters of malpractice insurance in the country. And all
[01:22:03.360 --> 01:22:10.800] nine of those are underwritten by Lloyds of London. They all have the same criteria. One bar
[01:22:10.800 --> 01:22:17.600] grievance, your first year of practice, they will cancel immediately. Two bar grievances,
[01:22:17.600 --> 01:22:23.280] any one year of practice, they cancel. Three, they cancel your law firm's malpractice insurance.
[01:22:23.280 --> 01:22:33.760] Whether it's valid invalid, they do not care. They care about the numbers. Now I had a lawyer tell
[01:22:33.760 --> 01:22:42.400] me this, and he was complaining about it, saying how that is patently unfair. And I was standing
[01:22:42.400 --> 01:22:49.360] there grinning from ear to ear. And he said, I knew I shouldn't have told you that and he was
[01:22:49.360 --> 01:22:58.560] right, he shouldn't have, because we have tested it and it absolutely is the case. So when you
[01:22:58.560 --> 01:23:04.560] grieve your attorney, what's going to happen is, if it is his first year, they'll cancel,
[01:23:05.280 --> 01:23:09.520] and he'll have to purchase new insurance, and it'll cost him at least double.
[01:23:09.520 --> 01:23:17.040] Well, I just think he's been there a long time. Yeah, so he will be able to get the first,
[01:23:17.040 --> 01:23:23.120] they're going to double his premium anyway, but they probably won't cancel if he's been there a
[01:23:23.120 --> 01:23:30.400] long time. Second one, they're more likely to cancel on him. The third one, then they'll look at
[01:23:30.400 --> 01:23:37.760] his malpractice insurance. We had Russell Mordland, he was in a bankruptcy, and he told about the law
[01:23:37.760 --> 01:23:45.200] firm halfway through the bankruptcy on the other side quit, and whoever it was brought in another
[01:23:45.200 --> 01:23:52.480] law firm. And after the bankruptcy was over at the end, they brought in this first attorney,
[01:23:52.480 --> 01:23:58.480] and he complained to the court that Mr. Mordland filed three barglings against me,
[01:23:58.480 --> 01:24:08.480] and the next year, we almost couldn't get malpractice insurance. And when we did, it nearly doubled.
[01:24:12.560 --> 01:24:21.600] Sorry, I lost contact there for a minute. Anyway, so look through that, and the way I do it is,
[01:24:21.600 --> 01:24:29.760] like the first 1.1, the very first rule says that a lawyer must demonstrate a level of confident
[01:24:29.760 --> 01:24:36.480] knowledge and competence, commensurate with something or other, and it goes on to say
[01:24:37.600 --> 01:24:44.640] how knowledgeable he's supposed to be. So I ask a question, did the did the lawyer demonstrate
[01:24:44.640 --> 01:24:50.640] a level of confidence and knowledge sufficient to adequately do the case-to-case? And what you
[01:24:50.640 --> 01:24:58.160] do is when you write the complaint, as you say, the lawyer failed to demonstrate a level of
[01:24:58.160 --> 01:25:06.160] knowledge and competence. You look at the question. If you roll your mouse over the question,
[01:25:06.960 --> 01:25:15.120] the standard will pop up that I got the question from, and you try to write your complaint in the
[01:25:15.120 --> 01:25:23.040] verbiage of the grievance. The Texas State Bar likes to take every grievance that's filed
[01:25:24.640 --> 01:25:38.160] and call it a request for mediation. And if you don't state your complaint in the terms of a
[01:25:38.160 --> 01:25:48.720] standard that was violated, they will say that the grievance is frivolous and they'll dismiss it.
[01:25:49.840 --> 01:25:55.680] If it's in the verbiage of a standard, they can't call it frivolous. But they're not going to act
[01:25:55.680 --> 01:26:02.320] on it in any case, and we don't care, because it'll sting him in any case. And I suggest you
[01:26:02.320 --> 01:26:11.920] not say a word to him about it. You are forbidden to say anything to him about it.
[01:26:13.360 --> 01:26:19.040] And that's a good thing. One of the things we talk about here is never a good idea to threaten
[01:26:19.040 --> 01:26:27.440] people. I know in law it feels like we're giving them fair warning, but if you ever give a public
[01:26:27.440 --> 01:26:33.520] official or a lawyer fair warning, he will interpret that as a threat. So we never threaten them.
[01:26:34.400 --> 01:26:44.800] Bushwack is a whole lot more fun. Yeah, all he knows is all of a sudden he got a bar grievance
[01:26:44.800 --> 01:26:52.800] from you out of a clear-boot sky. Now he is forbidden to talk to you about it. But let me
[01:26:52.800 --> 01:26:58.640] answer you. You don't want to file a grievance unless he doesn't try to get it off, right?
[01:27:00.160 --> 01:27:07.360] Yeah, you tell it. Once you've been through the questionnaire, it will be clear what he is supposed
[01:27:07.360 --> 01:27:15.760] to do. Okay. Then you ask him to do what he is supposed to do. And when he doesn't do it, you
[01:27:15.760 --> 01:27:25.600] grieve him each time. Okay. And if he petitions the court to be removed from the case, the case law
[01:27:25.600 --> 01:27:33.680] says that is frowned upon. And you will object to it because he has been paid. He is under contract
[01:27:33.680 --> 01:27:38.800] and you do not release him from that contract. Lawyers seem to think they can write a contact
[01:27:38.800 --> 01:27:45.360] track for representation and they just dump their client anytime they want to and walk away from
[01:27:45.360 --> 01:27:54.960] their contract. Not likely. And most clients don't understand that they can't, that they're under,
[01:27:54.960 --> 01:28:02.000] the lawyer's under contract. Not only under contract, but he has some very specific responsibilities
[01:28:02.000 --> 01:28:07.840] that he has to meet that ordinary people in the contract won't have. And that's defined in the
[01:28:07.840 --> 01:28:16.000] bar association standards. So first time you grieve him, he's going to want to talk to you
[01:28:16.000 --> 01:28:21.840] about it. If he tries to, you need to warn him, no, no, no, we can't talk about that.
[01:28:23.040 --> 01:28:29.040] The court might consider that tampering with a witness. And that's the crime in Texas.
[01:28:30.160 --> 01:28:36.000] But this will very seriously give his attention. And then he's likely to tell you that he's going
[01:28:36.000 --> 01:28:42.320] to drop you as a client. You tell him, oh, no, you're not. You're going to do your job.
[01:28:44.240 --> 01:28:49.280] And what he's likely to do then is go to the prosecutor, tell the prosecutor, and the judge,
[01:28:49.280 --> 01:28:55.200] this client is kicking my behind. You guys need to do something. Get me out of this problem.
[01:28:56.080 --> 01:29:01.120] The last prosecution I had in Travis County, they dismissed it to keep me from
[01:29:01.120 --> 01:29:08.640] from grieving there at my attorney. They appointed the attorney and the court had to wind up
[01:29:08.640 --> 01:29:15.120] protecting the lawyer from his client. They dismissed my case to protect the client from me.
[01:29:17.920 --> 01:29:23.760] Anything short of that, they're going to do the worst to your son that they think they possibly
[01:29:23.760 --> 01:29:31.760] can. And when we come back, I'll talk about somebody here in Texas. It just beat them big time. This
[01:29:31.760 --> 01:29:40.800] is Randy Kelsen, Debbie Stevens, Eddie Craig. We have a radio. I call in number 512-646-1984.
[01:29:40.800 --> 01:29:45.440] Give us a call. We'll be right back on the other side. Steven, I see you there. We'll pick you up
[01:29:45.440 --> 01:29:57.840] when we come back. And stay right there, Robert. We'll finish up with you on the other side as well.
[01:30:00.480 --> 01:30:06.400] This is Building 7, a 47-story skyscraper that fell on the afternoon of September 11. The government
[01:30:06.400 --> 01:30:11.760] says that fire brought it down. However, 1,500 architects and engineers have concluded it was
[01:30:11.760 --> 01:30:16.400] a controlled demolition. Over 6,000 of my fellow service members have given their lives. Thousands
[01:30:16.400 --> 01:30:20.800] of my fellow force respond to supply. I'm not a conspiracy theorist. I'm a structural engineer.
[01:30:20.800 --> 01:30:24.880] I'm a New York City correction officer. I'm an Air Force pilot. I'm a father who lost his son.

[01:31:13.920 --> 01:31:19.920] Centrition believes that supplements should over-deliver on their promises. And Centrition
[01:31:19.920 --> 01:31:26.320] does just that. Centrition utilizes the ancient healing wisdom of Chinese medicine.
[01:31:26.320 --> 01:31:31.280] In conjunction with the science of modern nutrition, adaptogenic herbs serve as the
[01:31:31.280 --> 01:31:37.440] healing component. And organic hemp protein and greens and superfoods act as a balanced
[01:31:37.440 --> 01:31:44.960] nutrient base. Plus, Centrition tastes great in just water. This powder supplement is everything

[01:32:22.240 --> 01:32:51.600]  Okay, we're bad.
[01:32:51.600 --> 01:33:07.440] I know what I'm suggesting sounds somewhat radical, but in the real world, the lawyer
[01:33:08.320 --> 01:33:13.520] could care less whether your son is guilty or innocent. He could care less whether he has
[01:33:13.520 --> 01:33:22.160] enough information to get a conviction. What he wants is a deal. And he's going to do everything
[01:33:22.160 --> 01:33:28.880] he can to force you to take a deal. And he will huff and puff right up to the courthouse door.
[01:33:30.080 --> 01:33:39.840] We had someone just the other day, Mike the water bottle guy. You guys have been hearing about
[01:33:39.840 --> 01:33:48.960] Mike the water bottle guy. He beat him up in the Austin municipal court for quite a while.
[01:33:50.720 --> 01:34:04.080] And then he went to the courthouse to court watch and they arrested him for displaying a deadly
[01:34:04.080 --> 01:34:16.320] weapon. He pointed a digital recorder at them and they arrested him in charging with a class A
[01:34:16.320 --> 01:34:23.680] misdemeanor. And he's been fighting that for quite a while and a guy to give Mike credit.
[01:34:25.280 --> 01:34:33.520] He was absolutely terrified. They were going to put him in jail. And their case they had
[01:34:33.520 --> 01:34:44.960] against him was absolutely horrendous. And he fought him anyway. And he has all of my respect
[01:34:44.960 --> 01:34:51.600] for that. I fight these guys, but I'm not afraid of them that have been doing this a long time and
[01:34:51.600 --> 01:34:59.600] studying a long time. Maybe I just don't have sense enough to be afraid of them. But it's not a great
[01:34:59.600 --> 01:35:08.640] personal struggle for me to fight him. For Mike it was. And regardless of his fear, he fought them.
[01:35:09.920 --> 01:35:17.280] And then there was they they were supposed to go to trial on a Tuesday of last week.
[01:35:18.400 --> 01:35:23.840] And the Friday before they called him in, they dismissed his court appointed counsel
[01:35:23.840 --> 01:35:32.160] and wanted him to accept this high profile attorney. What's his name, Deb Bailey?
[01:35:36.400 --> 01:35:40.960] Anyway, he's I'll think of his name in a minute. He's running for district attorney.
[01:35:41.760 --> 01:35:48.320] He used to be a judge, a district judge in Travis County. He's in a
[01:35:48.320 --> 01:35:56.720] large high profile law firm here in Travis County. And he wanted to represent Mike. What a guy,
[01:35:56.720 --> 01:36:04.400] pro bono. What a guy. So Mike thought, well, that's a good idea. He gets a high profile attorney.
[01:36:06.160 --> 01:36:15.280] Immediately, the lawyer trashed all of Mike's rights. He rescinded the motion to disqualify the
[01:36:15.280 --> 01:36:26.400] judge and started asking Mike questions that went directly to mental competence.
[01:36:27.920 --> 01:36:33.600] And the city had tried to do that to him and somebody gave him up. And he stopped him from
[01:36:33.600 --> 01:36:38.480] doing that and his own attorneys asking him these kind of questions. And it turns out
[01:36:38.480 --> 01:36:46.880] that the prosecuting attorney submitted Mike's medical records and then gave them to this attorney
[01:36:46.880 --> 01:36:55.040] before the attorney was appointed. So in looking at what they put together, it became clear these
[01:36:55.040 --> 01:37:02.400] guys were setting him up so they could put him in an asylum just like they did Deb, who was the
[01:37:02.400 --> 01:37:09.840] attorney, Carolyn Barnes. She was an attorney who fought for people's rights so they put her in
[01:37:09.840 --> 01:37:14.000] an asylum called her incompetent and just stuck her in there and they were likely to keep her there
[01:37:14.000 --> 01:37:21.520] as long as they want to. They were trying to do this to Mike. And we suggested that he
[01:37:22.240 --> 01:37:29.680] fire that attorney immediately, which he did, and prepare criminal charges against the district
[01:37:29.680 --> 01:37:35.680] attorney. I'm sorry, the county attorney. While the county attorney had authority to speed of
[01:37:35.680 --> 01:37:43.280] those records, he did not have authority to make them public. So Mike went in Monday with the
[01:37:43.280 --> 01:37:50.640] criminal charges after firing the attorney. He went back for trial Tuesday. They dropped everything.
[01:37:52.640 --> 01:37:59.200] They'll take you right up to the courthouse steps. But when Mike didn't back down and fought them
[01:37:59.200 --> 01:38:07.280] and went after them, when it got right up to the edge, they crumbled. And we have a number of stories
[01:38:07.280 --> 01:38:15.920] of that exact same thing happening. If you don't fight them, you're not going to win.
[01:38:17.120 --> 01:38:24.080] You may not win even if you fight them. But if you don't fight them, you're absolutely going to lose.
[01:38:24.080 --> 01:38:30.880] And I haven't seen it get worse for anybody who fought them. They're going to do the worst
[01:38:30.880 --> 01:38:40.400] they can anyway. So that's my position on this issue. And it's easy for me to say this because
[01:38:41.440 --> 01:38:47.840] my liberty is not at risk. So I understand that these are difficult issues to handle.
[01:38:47.840 --> 01:38:57.040] So listen to what we say, listen to what somebody else says, and then make your best decision.
[01:38:59.040 --> 01:39:04.560] Okay. Thank you. Do you have any more questions? Anything else we can help you with?
[01:39:04.560 --> 01:39:08.080] Yeah, I'm just going to get the archive. Mike founds a little hard headed. So I'm going to let
[01:39:08.080 --> 01:39:12.880] him listen to your archive. He'll probably decide himself because it's really his case.
[01:39:12.880 --> 01:39:22.400] He just turned 21 in October. If he wants, have him call me and I'll explain to him the process.
[01:39:23.280 --> 01:39:33.040] A lot of this he'll recognize. Call you where? Call me at 512-430-4140.
[01:39:33.040 --> 01:39:40.480] 4140. Yes. What's your name again? Randy Kelton. Randy Kelton.
[01:39:40.480 --> 01:39:47.680] Oh, I spelled it for memory. Oh, okay, go ahead. K-E-L-T-O-N.
[01:39:51.120 --> 01:39:59.120] K-E-L-T-O-N. Nobody ever finds that joke as funny as I do for some reason.
[01:39:59.120 --> 01:40:08.960] Okay. Kelton. Yeah, Kelton. K-E-L-T-O-N. Okay, just look on the website. We have a lot of radio.
[01:40:08.960 --> 01:40:13.520] You'll find me on the website. Okay. I'll get my son to call you. If we look on this and let him
[01:40:13.520 --> 01:40:19.920] listen to the archive, then I might get him to call you too. All right. Just remember, it's Robert.
[01:40:19.920 --> 01:40:23.040] His name was, I don't know if I should say his name. I don't want to get into trouble.
[01:40:23.040 --> 01:40:29.040] God, I don't say his name. He'll tell me who he is. Just tell me Robert College. His dad is Robert College.
[01:40:29.040 --> 01:40:38.560] Okay. Thank you. Okay, now we're going to go to Steve in Texas. Steve, what have you got for us?
[01:40:41.440 --> 01:40:44.560] Oh, I thought you already had another Steve on the line. Is this me? Okay.
[01:40:45.200 --> 01:40:52.720] That's you. I've been in Hill County where I've been making a little bit of fire from my property,
[01:40:52.720 --> 01:40:59.280] right? I finally got the criminal complaint constructed to base off the one and the one
[01:40:59.280 --> 01:41:04.000] that I found that you offered on your site and then going through the code of criminal procedure
[01:41:04.000 --> 01:41:11.840] to see for myself. I don't want to just step off blindly and going through Article 15 in which I
[01:41:11.840 --> 01:41:19.280] make you drew yours up off Article 45. Is that the correct one? I don't know which. I've got a lot
[01:41:19.280 --> 01:41:23.600]  of them up there. I don't know which one you're looking at. But it's good enough. It's a blank
[01:41:23.600 --> 01:41:28.160] criminal complaint that you had. A great blank criminal complaint in the name of the state of
[01:41:28.160 --> 01:41:36.000] Texas that you had up on your site. It's an awesome work of art. Okay, so what I'd had there at
[01:41:36.000 --> 01:41:41.680] the very first of the year, which I know exactly why I was singled out because I started a little
[01:41:41.680 --> 01:41:48.720] bit of a fight by the chief appraiser who proceeded to not only walk onto the property,
[01:41:48.720 --> 01:41:56.880] which is clearly noted as private property, posted, obvious to see. He proceeded not only to walk on
[01:41:56.880 --> 01:42:00.640] the property the first time he'd ever been there, by the way, for the entire length that I've ever
[01:42:00.640 --> 01:42:05.680] known of the property. Never been there before. And walked inside the house because it was open.
[01:42:06.400 --> 01:42:11.600]  It's not a house that we reside in. It's a house that we're working on, regardless. It's ours.
[01:42:11.600 --> 01:42:20.000] It took pictures all inside the house and then had the audacity to send those in the mail back to
[01:42:20.000 --> 01:42:24.720] a certified saying, well, hey, it appears your property is in a more deteriorated state than
[01:42:24.720 --> 01:42:28.720] we thought it was. Well, that's because he had never been there. But anyway, that's beside the
[01:42:28.720 --> 01:42:33.200] point. Made a whole bunch of little marks all over their little scorecard, which is the first
[01:42:33.200 --> 01:42:42.080] time I've ever seen one of those. That was nice. And sent it in the mail to me and splashed the quote,
[01:42:42.080 --> 01:42:47.120] unquote, tax rates and blah, blah, blah. So I said, well, that's criminal trespass. So I finally
[01:42:47.120 --> 01:42:53.440] got that worked up. I took the note that I took the certified mail letter that he gave me with
[01:42:53.440 --> 01:42:58.560] all his signature on it, all the pictures of inside and outside of my property with the
[01:42:58.560 --> 01:43:03.200] private posting, the private property posting, clearly marked in the pictures.
[01:43:06.480 --> 01:43:11.440] Wait a minute. This guy actually took pictures of the no trespassing sign.
[01:43:11.440 --> 01:43:18.880] You bet. That's the very first picture he had, sorry. And I wish I was lying if it wasn't the
[01:43:18.880 --> 01:43:26.320] normal one. But you think that's good. You should have seen the policeman's face after the
[01:43:26.320 --> 01:43:31.120] county didn't want to take it at first. They didn't really get into who it was on. Because the first
[01:43:31.120 --> 01:43:38.240] thing I did was walk up to the county. Okay, wait, wait, wait. Hold on. We're about to go to
[01:43:38.240 --> 01:43:44.960] break. This is good. I'm going to like this. This is Randy Calton, Debra Stephen, David Craig,

[01:46:22.400 --> 01:46:29.520] Some things in this world I will never understand. Some things I realize fully.
[01:46:30.960 --> 01:46:37.680]  Somebody's on a police, a policeman. Somebody's on a police, a bully.
[01:46:39.440 --> 01:46:47.360] There's always a room at the top of the hill. I hear through the grapevine and it's lonely left
[01:46:47.360 --> 01:46:54.880] still. They're wishing it was more than I've ever listened to feel. They know that if they don't do it,
[01:46:54.880 --> 01:47:01.920] somebody will complain. Okay, we're back. Randy, Calvin, Davis, Stevens, and Craig. We're talking
[01:47:01.920 --> 01:47:09.120] to Steve in Hill County and you'll be glad to hear I have a good friend running for sheriff in Hill
[01:47:09.120 --> 01:47:18.160] County. And if Leon gets it, it should be very interesting. Okay, go ahead, Steve. You were
[01:47:18.160 --> 01:47:29.040] saying that the police didn't want to take the complaint at first. Oh, I guess it's better if I
[01:47:29.040 --> 01:47:36.000] unmute you. Okay, Steve, I'm sorry we forgot to unmute you. Now go ahead. That's fine. That means
[01:47:36.000 --> 01:47:42.880] I could have been snoring while I was on hold. At first, I went to the county courthouse and I
[01:47:42.880 --> 01:47:49.520] went to the county attorney. Unfortunately, the one that I know wasn't in at the moment,
[01:47:49.520 --> 01:47:54.000] I'd speak to the assistant county attorney, but without mentioning who it was against,
[01:47:55.120 --> 01:47:59.920] he first asked where it was. I said, well, was it within the city of Hillsborough? I said, well,
[01:47:59.920 --> 01:48:04.480] it might have been within their territorial corporate limits, but that doesn't really matter.
[01:48:04.480 --> 01:48:09.920] It's a crime. It's a criminal complaint. Well, you need to go to them first. I never actually
[01:48:09.920 --> 01:48:18.000] got into it. You know, I wasn't exactly sure on my footing, but I said, okay. And I said a few
[01:48:18.000 --> 01:48:24.720] other things, and that's fine. I took his card and went on down to the police station. Not more
[01:48:24.720 --> 01:48:30.560] than a few blocks down the road. And yes, like you said, the policeman, when I told him who
[01:48:30.560 --> 01:48:36.320] the criminal complaint was on, did a double take at me and proceeded to ask me if I was a member
[01:48:36.320 --> 01:48:44.640] of the Republic of Texas. Oh, shoot. I started snickering at him. I said, what are you snickering
[01:48:44.640 --> 01:48:49.360] about? I said, I came in here with a legitimate criminal complaint, and you've accused me of
[01:48:49.360 --> 01:48:58.240] being a member of the Republic of Texas. He says, well, how do you know he was on your property?
[01:48:58.240 --> 01:49:03.680] I said, did you look at the pictures? Well, how do you know that he actually went in your house?
[01:49:03.680 --> 01:49:11.040] I said, keep turning in the pictures. Well, how do you know that the chief appraiser was
[01:49:11.040 --> 01:49:15.760] Mike McKibbin? What was the matter of public information? Mike McKibbin said, how do you
[01:49:15.760 --> 01:49:19.520] know that he was the one that did it? I said, I don't know if it's exactly him or one of his
[01:49:19.520 --> 01:49:25.520] employees at the district. I said, but his name's on the paper, and it's his signature on the paper.
[01:49:25.520 --> 01:49:35.760] And he's the one that attested to it. And then he proceeded to make a bunch of excuses which I
[01:49:35.760 --> 01:49:42.320] knew for a fact weren't applicable. Well, he's got to be allowed certain flexibility to his job,
[01:49:42.320 --> 01:49:46.480] go into the exterior and the interior. I said, he's not allowed to go into the interior of my
[01:49:46.480 --> 01:49:51.360] home. I said, criminal trespass code clearly explains who it's allowed onto and into your
[01:49:51.360 --> 01:49:59.520] property. You can't even go into my house without asking first to knock it. And then just for some
[01:49:59.520 --> 01:50:03.920] ignorant, I don't know if that's out of haste, ignorance, or what actually made that comment,
[01:50:03.920 --> 01:50:09.680] but you know what? I got my case number, not that I really care, because now that I'm reading the
[01:50:10.720 --> 01:50:17.200] I'm reading article 15 of the criminal procedure, I guess I should have just made the district
[01:50:17.200 --> 01:50:31.360] attorney take it. Absolutely. Article 2.03, read that one. 2.03, 2.03, duties of officers.
[01:50:32.320 --> 01:50:40.640] 2.01 addresses prosecuted attorneys, and it says it shall be the primary duties prosecuting attorney,
[01:50:40.640 --> 01:50:50.640] not to secure conviction, but to ensure that justice is served. Well, that's a lot of nice high-minded
[01:50:50.640 --> 01:50:55.680] rhetoric, but it really doesn't tell him do anything other than shall not seek with evidence
[01:50:55.680 --> 01:50:59.920] of witnesses that may show the instance of the accused or mitigate the guilt of the accused.
[01:51:01.760 --> 01:51:06.320] 2.02 tells the district attorney and county attorney what cases they'll handle.
[01:51:06.320 --> 01:51:16.640] 2.03, the very first one that stipulates a specific duty on the part of a prosecuting
[01:51:16.640 --> 01:51:22.960] attorney. I'm paraphrasing here because it's kind of long. When a prosecuting attorney is
[01:51:22.960 --> 01:51:27.760] made known in any manner that a public official has violated a law relating to his office,
[01:51:27.760 --> 01:51:31.680] he shall reduce complaint from the information submitted to the grand jury.
[01:51:31.680 --> 01:51:41.840] 3.03, no discretion of any kind. And being that all appraisal districts
[01:51:41.840 --> 01:51:47.280] by the tax code Section 6 or whatever states that they're all political subdivisions,
[01:51:47.280 --> 01:51:53.920] that means he's an officer. He is a public official. Now, what you need to do,
[01:51:54.640 --> 01:51:59.280] my suggestion, if you really want to get their attention. Well, I was having a good time.
[01:51:59.280 --> 01:52:03.680] 4.03, you go back to the district attorney. Did you go to the county attorney this time?
[01:52:03.680 --> 01:52:08.240] 5.03, yeah, I went to the county attorney that time and I held the county attorney. Now,
[01:52:08.240 --> 01:52:11.760] he doesn't know what in the heck I've been doing. He doesn't know what's going on or what's
[01:52:11.760 --> 01:52:18.320] picking at him. Now, you go to the district attorney with a criminal complaint against the
[01:52:18.320 --> 01:52:26.480] county attorney accusing him of failing to perform a duty he's required to perform and in the process
[01:52:26.480 --> 01:52:32.960] denied you the full free access to and joined of your right under 39.03 penal code. That's
[01:52:32.960 --> 01:52:38.560] class A misdemeanor. Okay, and again, if I, let's say I go up there Monday morning,
[01:52:38.560 --> 01:52:43.360] which now I fully intend to do, I'm going to say, listen, I'm going back through this and
[01:52:43.360 --> 01:52:50.320] you're supposed to take it. Well, no, no, no, do not do that. Okay, understand these guys are
[01:52:50.320 --> 01:53:01.280] very good at confrontation. They do this all the time and they are absolutely no good lying
[01:53:01.280 --> 01:53:08.800] scoundrels. They lie when the truth should do better. Do you have a recording device?
[01:53:09.840 --> 01:53:16.480] Yes, sir. Take one with you. Do not, if you have two, take two with you.
[01:53:16.480 --> 01:53:23.680] Okay. You got a smartphone? Yes, sir. Turn that smart, now take your recording device,
[01:53:23.680 --> 01:53:29.680] put it in your pocket, turn it on, put it in your pocket. Take the smartphone, set it to record,
[01:53:29.680 --> 01:53:37.200] set it on the table. If he asks you to turn off the recording device, don't argue with him,
[01:53:37.200 --> 01:53:46.400] just turn it off. We had a guy call in from New York and he's got them on tape on his second
[01:53:46.400 --> 01:53:57.440] device talking about how they erase the recording on the first device. Okay, so that's what I suggest.
[01:53:57.440 --> 01:54:04.800] These are lying SOBs. I'm telling you, they will, anything you say to them, they will twist it any
[01:54:04.800 --> 01:54:12.800] way they can and if they can't twist it, they will lie like dogs. Now, maybe they won't,
[01:54:12.800 --> 01:54:18.400] but it certainly behooves you to conduct yourself as if they will.
[01:54:19.760 --> 01:54:25.040] So, go to the, do not go back to the county attorney, he's a criminal and you don't talk to
[01:54:25.040 --> 01:54:34.560] criminals. Go to the district attorney with criminal charges against the county attorney,
[01:54:34.560 --> 01:54:43.360] accusing him of official misconduct for failing to perform his duty under article 2.03.
[01:54:44.000 --> 01:54:48.880] This is a better complaint than the one against the tax assessor.
[01:54:50.400 --> 01:54:56.720] This is absolutely statutorily dead bang.
[01:54:56.720 --> 01:55:03.920]  Now, they're not, but it's also very, very nitpicking.
[01:55:05.200 --> 01:55:13.520] Oh, I do so love nitpicking. What they see here is, is the district attorney is going to go to
[01:55:13.520 --> 01:55:18.640] the county attorney and tell the county attorney about this and the county attorney is going to say,
[01:55:18.640 --> 01:55:27.120] that scoundrel set me up for this. He intended to do that from the start
[01:55:30.400 --> 01:55:35.440] and that's what you want them to think because you want that district attorney to think.
[01:55:36.160 --> 01:55:41.440] He's got something planned for me too and he should think that because you do.
[01:55:41.440 --> 01:55:49.280] When he does a song and dance and sells her down your pants and doesn't give you a complaint to
[01:55:49.280 --> 01:55:54.480] the grand jury, then you go to the district judge and the district judge there in Hill
[01:55:54.480 --> 01:56:02.000] County is a really nice guy. You go to him, you go to his court, find out when he's having
[01:56:03.680 --> 01:56:05.760] motion hearings. What is that Jim?
[01:56:05.760 --> 01:56:11.520] Jim? Yeah, I don't remember his name. It's been a long time since I seen him. He's an older guy.
[01:56:11.520 --> 01:56:15.680] Okay, go ahead. A really nice guy. You go in when he's having motion hearings,
[01:56:15.680 --> 01:56:20.160] you call the bailiff over. Now, this works. They'll recognize it. I've done it before in that court.
[01:56:22.880 --> 01:56:26.560] They'll recognize the routine because they've had it done to him before.
[01:56:26.560 --> 01:56:30.800] Hey, you go call the bailiff over and tell the bailiff your name. You say, you know,
[01:56:30.800 --> 01:56:35.680] I'll tell him I'm Randall Kelton, instructed judge that I have business with the court and the
[01:56:35.680 --> 01:56:41.520] bailiff will always say, may I tell the judge the nature of the business? And depending on what
[01:56:41.520 --> 01:56:47.440] I'm doing, I may tell them, I may tell him or I'll tell the bailiff, no, you may not. I have
[01:56:47.440 --> 01:56:51.120] business with the court and it's none of yours. But in this case, I don't think you need to,
[01:56:51.120 --> 01:56:54.480] if you put your complaints inside a sealed envelope. Okay.
[01:56:54.480 --> 01:57:02.560] It's a sure given this and he will take that up and give it to the judge and the judge will,
[01:57:02.560 --> 01:57:09.040] when he finishes his motion hearing will open it and look at it. And once he looks at it,
[01:57:09.040 --> 01:57:15.200] if it is a verified criminal affidavit with a statement of probable cause attached,
[01:57:15.920 --> 01:57:19.600] you have invoked his duty as a magistrate, not as a judge.
[01:57:19.600 --> 01:57:27.280] If he doesn't perform that duty, then you go back to the district attorney with criminal charges
[01:57:27.280 --> 01:57:37.600] against him. All very technical, all very dead bang right on legal point. The district attorney,
[01:57:37.600 --> 01:57:45.600] county attorney, district judge are going to be very, very unhappy with this county tax assessor.
[01:57:45.600 --> 01:57:52.720] From this point, you decide, that would make a whole group of us then, that's good.
[01:57:53.760 --> 01:57:59.760] Then you decide what kind of outcome you want. Okay.
[01:58:01.520 --> 01:58:06.720] I think I ran you out of time, ran you out. Okay. Keep us, keep us posted. If you have more to
[01:58:06.720 --> 01:58:12.480] talk about, call back tomorrow. We'll do a four hour show. I can't wait to get into my next step,
[01:58:12.480 --> 01:58:17.520] which wasn't even there, but I'm having a ball just learning there. Okay. Give us a call tomorrow
[01:58:17.520 --> 01:58:23.200] night, but we'll pick you up early. This is fun. I'd like to continue it. This is Randy
[01:58:23.200 --> 01:58:29.360] Kelton Devastee with Eddie Craig with the radio. We will be back tomorrow night for our four hour
[01:58:29.360 --> 01:58:38.800] info marathon. So listen in, call in early, get in line. And we'll be glad to answer your question.
[01:58:38.800 --> 01:58:43.200] We hope to have Eddie back up tomorrow and we can play stomp to chomp.
[01:58:44.800 --> 01:58:49.040] Well, that's referred to Eddie, not to me. Okay. We'll be back tomorrow night.
[01:58:49.040 --> 01:58:51.040] Thank you for listening and good night.
[01:59:01.040 --> 01:59:04.240] Hey, did you hear Ron Paul's announced he's running for president in 2012?
[01:59:04.240 --> 01:59:05.440]  It is Ron Paul.
[01:59:05.440 --> 01:59:09.120] Really? Okay. Put down the cell phone for one minute. Your friends really don't care about
[01:59:09.120 --> 01:59:12.960] your Twitter updates on what you had for breakfast. Oh, but I love to make those little smiley faces
[01:59:12.960 --> 01:59:17.280] of punctuation marks. Of course you do. Now, listen closely. You need to go down to Brave
[01:59:17.280 --> 01:59:21.200] New Books and learn as much as you can about Ron Paul and his message before it's too late.
[01:59:21.200 --> 01:59:25.200] They have all of his books and many of the books he talks about. They also have t-shirts,
[01:59:25.200 --> 01:59:28.880] bumper stickers and yard signs so that you can show your support for him during the campaign.
[01:59:28.880 --> 01:59:31.360] Brave New Books? Did they have Harry Potter and Twilight?
[01:59:31.360 --> 01:59:35.920] No, but they do carry a large selection of survival and preparedness books to protect
[01:59:35.920 --> 01:59:40.320] your family in time of emergency. Oh, that sounds like that show in the Discovery Channel.
[01:59:40.320 --> 01:59:44.400] Yeah, there's even a wilderness survival expert that teaches classes called Earth Skills School
[01:59:44.400 --> 01:59:48.640] that you can sign up for on the website bravenewbookstore.com. What are you doing?
[01:59:48.640 --> 01:59:51.840] I'm tweeting all my friends that they should go to bravenewbookstore.com
[01:59:51.840 --> 01:59:54.560] or down to the bookstore in person. Where's that located?
[01:59:54.560 --> 01:59:58.880]  1904, Guadalupe Street. There, it's sent. I even made a smiley face.
[01:59:58.880 --> 02:00:02.880]  Great.
