[05:25.780 --> 05:34.780]  laws, that should first get a bar grievance and second get a complaint to the local grand jury.
[05:34.780 --> 05:40.780]  Instead of appealing to the court of appeals, appeal to a grand jury of your peers and see
[05:40.780 --> 05:42.780]  what they say.
[05:42.780 --> 05:49.780]  But when you take the complaint to the grand jury, the district attorney is going to intercede.
[05:49.780 --> 05:53.780]  So you let him intercede.
[05:53.780 --> 05:56.780]  You welcome his interference.
[05:56.780 --> 06:05.780]  And then you take a complaint against him for obstruction of justice to another district
[06:05.780 --> 06:12.780]  judge and ask the district judge to take a criminal complaint and hold an examining trial
[06:12.780 --> 06:16.780]  based on that criminal complaint against the district attorney.
[06:16.780 --> 06:23.780]  And suggest to do that in writing and he'll send you back this very nice letter telling
[06:23.780 --> 06:26.780]  you how, we're at the wrong place.

[06:28.780 --> 06:35.780]  You should go to the police department or some other agency and you're going to say wonderful
[06:35.780 --> 06:43.780]  because now you prepare a complaint against that judge and send it to the grand jury foreman
[06:43.780 --> 06:48.780]  who's registered restricted at the district attorney's address.
[06:48.780 --> 06:54.780]  District attorney's going to get it and open it and he's going to say the scoundrel set me up.
[06:54.780 --> 06:58.780]  I got somebody out there trying to get me out of office.
[06:58.780 --> 07:03.780]  We create little politics and when this hits the judge is bond rating.
[07:03.780 --> 07:07.780]  He's going to be an unhappy camper.
[07:07.780 --> 07:13.780]  The judge's problem is, is he can't come to you with his unhappiness.
[07:13.780 --> 07:15.780]  He can't speak to you about it.
[07:15.780 --> 07:21.780]  If he does, that gets another grievance and another complaint for tampering with the witness.
[07:21.780 --> 07:28.780]  But he can talk to the lawyers on the other side and tell them to make this go away.
[07:28.780 --> 07:38.780]  First thing to do is if they dismiss your issue, motion to reconsider.
[07:38.780 --> 07:46.780]  And then depending on the nature of it, if it's a final adjudication and they dismiss without prejudice,
[07:46.780 --> 07:50.780]  then you prepare an amended complaint and refile.
[07:50.780 --> 07:58.780]  If they didn't dismiss with prejudice, then you file a notice of appeal.

[13:09.780 --> 13:17.780]  I filed a claim on the city, notifying them that they had falsely arrested me, falsely incarcerated me,

[13:23.780 --> 13:30.780]  And because they don't want to pay, they go ahead and charge me criminally.
[13:30.780 --> 13:38.780]  It is as if you're sitting at home and your neighbor comes crashing through your front door in his suburban
[13:38.780 --> 13:44.780]  and ends up with it parked in your living room, and you look at all the damages that have been done,
[13:44.780 --> 13:53.780]  and you would expect that your neighbor would pay for the damages that he's created.
[13:53.780 --> 14:01.780]  But suppose he gets out of the suburban and he's blind drunk, and now it's criminal,
[14:01.780 --> 14:06.780]  which is the same what they did to me, the stuff they did to me is criminal.
[14:06.780 --> 14:13.780]  Anyway, so it's criminal, and you mentioned that to him, you mentioned that to your neighbor that, you know,
[14:13.780 --> 14:18.780]  he's drunk and he's come into your house with a suburban and it's criminal,
[14:18.780 --> 14:24.780]  and he lets you know that he knows the district attorney,
[14:24.780 --> 14:30.780]  and that they will charge you for criminally building your home in the way of his suburban,
[14:30.780 --> 14:35.780]  and look at what you've done to the front of his suburban.

[15:34.780 --> 15:45.780]  along with a motion for a... of the British Mandamus ordering the disqualification of the judge

[15:50.780 --> 16:03.780]  But what these guys are going to do is they're going to get this affidavit of fact and associated verified criminal affidavits
[16:03.780 --> 16:13.780]  and forget that besides being Court of Appeals judges, they're also magistrates.

[19:48.780 --> 19:58.780]  Excuse me. They brought four bogus drug charges against me and it's as preposterous as this.
[19:58.780 --> 20:13.780]  Suppose you or your dad were a Greyhound bus driver and the police got on the Greyhound bus and they checked and there was one guy who had some drugs in his duffel bag.
[20:13.780 --> 20:20.780]  Is it appropriate that the bus driver go to prison? After all, he's transporting drugs.
[20:20.780 --> 20:35.780]  Well, of course not because he doesn't know anything about them. So I didn't know anything about the fact that I was in a building where there was an abandoned dental office.
[20:35.780 --> 20:40.780]  And in the abandoned dental office, there were some dental antibiotics.
[20:40.780 --> 20:51.780]  And so they came and they smashed down the door. They smashed it to smithereens and winded their way through a big building. It's got four postal designations.
[20:51.780 --> 21:04.780]  And I'm way at the far end and they get me out of bed at machine gun point and forced me to wind my way all the way back to the area where they came and smashed the door to smithereens.
[21:04.780 --> 21:17.780]  And they confront me with the drugs and I mean, I don't have a brain cell occupied with a single brain cell occupied on drugs. I don't even take aspirin.
[21:17.780 --> 21:34.780]  So anyway, they bring drug charges against me and they put it on the front page of the newspaper and a neighbor was laughing out loud because the packages had name, address, and phone number on them.
[21:34.780 --> 21:40.780]  What drug dealer puts his name, address, and phone number on the package?
[21:40.780 --> 21:57.780]  And these were all simply antibiotics? Yes. And well, there was some other stuff too, like, you know, I guess, stuff that they use in dental. It's all dental stuff, okay?
[21:57.780 --> 22:15.780]  And, but, you know, I didn't have anything to do with it. And the law provides that there has to be what are called affirmative links. If they would have had, you know, a recording of me trying to sell this stuff,
[22:15.780 --> 22:33.780]  or if they would have had a video or an undercover buy or a video of me in the alley trying to sell this stuff, you know, they might have had something. But of course, that's impossible because, you know, I don't have anything to do with drugs whatsoever.
[22:33.780 --> 22:58.780]  And Robert, didn't this all come about because it started over David Ball being asked to identify himself and when he was in a parking lot, smoking a cigarette, and then when he wouldn't, they arrested him and he sued them.
[22:58.780 --> 23:17.780]  And in order to keep him from being able to prosecute his lawsuit, they wound up holding him in jail for six months. Then they came after you as well. This was all in retaliation in order to prevent you from prosecuting a lawsuit against them.
[23:17.780 --> 23:43.780]  Well, and even before that, though, there was a church building in Jacksonville, and our church group bought the building. The real estate closing was on April 30, 2008, and within two weeks after we bought the church building,
[23:43.780 --> 24:07.780]  within two weeks, we had three SWAT attacks in less than a month. And, yeah, David Ball's thing was right in the mix, and it was all about, it turns out it was about them getting into the building and being able to circumvent the Fourth Amendment
[24:07.780 --> 24:17.780]  and get into my file cabinets to find out how we paid for that church building cash.
[24:17.780 --> 24:46.780]  And they were on television news proclaiming that if we got going with that church building, that our prison ministry would cause Jacksonville would be inundated with felons all everywhere.
[24:46.780 --> 24:54.780]  Well, Robert, they're correct. Because of your ministry, you exposed a whole nest of felons. Unfortunately, they're all wearing badges and guns.
[24:54.780 --> 25:19.780]  Well, that is true. That is true. And we didn't have a felon stacked in the clouds like Cordwood. Yes, and as I understand, you went to court and the prosecution put on their case, and when they finished, the judge dismissed everything.

[25:50.780 --> 25:59.780]  I mean, it was like, is this the guy who mops the floor at CVS Pharmacy? They were going to charge him with possession of drugs because he knows the drugs are in the building.
[25:59.780 --> 26:17.780]  Well, hell, I didn't even know they were in the building. Anyway, the judge ended up telling him, basically, they're going to take an early lunch, and when they come back, either they have affirmative links linking Fox to the drugs or the case is finished.
[26:17.780 --> 26:35.780]  And when they come back in the afternoon, a couple of those twits from the so-called pretend Jacksonville Police Department, you know, were testifying. A detective, when you think of the detective would know something, but this guy is a legend.
[26:35.780 --> 26:51.780]  I wouldn't think that. Why would you? Yeah. The detective is telling the judge that they were in my bedroom and that there were bookshelves and there were a lot of DVD movies.
[26:51.780 --> 27:11.780]  And the judge is rolling his eyes like, what the heck are you talking about DVD movies? What about the drugs? They had nothing linking me to the drugs and the judge just said, this is it, it's finished.
[27:11.780 --> 27:26.780]  So, and now they're just not letting it go. This is kind of what they did with me. Well, yeah, they had other charges that they had to give up on.
[27:26.780 --> 27:52.780]  And then they had baritry and baritry was so preposterous. The statute lists who can do baritry and baritry. It's the full title is baritry and solicitation of professional employment and the statute lists who can do it, which is licensed attorneys, licensed medical doctors, licensed chiropractors,
[27:52.780 --> 28:07.780]  licensed nurses, licensed medical staff, licensed investigators. And I have no license, not even a driver's license. And I have no license and I'm not a professional and I'm not in any of those categories.

[28:13.780 --> 28:22.780]  So, you absolutely not in those group of people who were capable of committing the crime that they charged in anyway.

[01:21:28.780 --> 01:21:37.780]  because essentially the cable company has a government-controlled monopoly
[01:21:37.780 --> 01:21:41.780]  and that subjects them to a certain amount of regulation.
[01:21:41.780 --> 01:21:48.780]  First thing you would need to do is read the regulations concerning the cable company.
[01:21:48.780 --> 01:21:58.780]  And if this is a broadcast, a programming issue, see what restrictions are on the company concerning the program.
[01:21:58.780 --> 01:22:05.780]  The programming issue, but also look at the contract you have with the cable company
[01:22:05.780 --> 01:22:10.780]  when you first got cable, what did you agree to?
[01:22:10.780 --> 01:22:14.780]  And is the contract month to month?
[01:22:14.780 --> 01:22:20.780]  If it's month to month, you don't have much of a grounds to stand on.
[01:22:20.780 --> 01:22:25.780]  But if the contract is, wait a minute, just had a thought, I'll get back to it.
[01:22:25.780 --> 01:22:32.780]  But if the contract is like six months or a year, you know, like our cell phones are two years,
[01:22:32.780 --> 01:22:38.780]  we have direct TV here and it's a two-year contract, I believe.
[01:22:38.780 --> 01:22:48.780]  If that is the case, then even if they have a provision that says they can change it at their whim,
[01:22:48.780 --> 01:22:58.780]  changing it at their whim in a way that doesn't benefit both parties is unconscionable under contract law.

[01:46:45.780 --> 01:46:55.780]  Well, let's see. I've got a problem with Travis County. I was arrested in their courthouse because of war bells.
[01:46:55.780 --> 01:47:05.780]  The police officers jumped on me through me in jail, et cetera. They perjured their documents or offense reports.
[01:47:05.780 --> 01:47:17.780]  They affidavit detention and arrest, complaint and information, which was based on the complaint, and pretty serious problems.
[01:47:17.780 --> 01:47:28.780]  So they refused to let it go, even though I had a video showing them just standing there. They refused to use any audio, which would be a big question mark.
[01:47:28.780 --> 01:47:42.780]  And they are just desperately fighting, even being able to get the video into the record. They keep promising falsely that they're going to drop it and they don't.
[01:47:42.780 --> 01:47:55.780]  And so it is set for trial. And so at this point, you know, I should have pursued this harder in the past, but made a tactical error.
[01:47:55.780 --> 01:48:00.780]  I'm not in hindsight that was a mistake, but basically gloves are off.
[01:48:00.780 --> 01:48:21.780]  So I've filed criminal charges against several of the officers and filed them in my docket. I've notified the district judge who was a magistrate who, I'm guessing, just took the officers at the David as premature evidence that things were, as they stated,
[01:48:21.780 --> 01:48:35.780]  without looking at any video. But I sent her the video. I sent her a document showing all the errors in the affidavit for detention and arrest.
[01:48:35.780 --> 01:48:41.780]  Okay, hold on, hold on. How long ago did you do this?
[01:48:41.780 --> 01:48:49.780]  I just sent the district judge this week, so she received it Wednesday.
[01:48:49.780 --> 01:48:53.780]  Okay, so has she responded?
[01:48:53.780 --> 01:49:04.780]  She has not responded. I put in my letter at, you know, one 72-hour turnaround, and I want the defendant notified, you know, courtesy being, you know, served notice, not just filed in the docket.
[01:49:04.780 --> 01:49:07.780]  So I don't believe she is going to respond.
[01:49:07.780 --> 01:49:20.780]  Okay, here's the deal. You have invoked her duty as a magistrate. There's a good chance she's going to refuse to perform her duty and direct you to someone else.
[01:49:20.780 --> 01:49:24.780]  I don't think she's going to go that far. I think she's just going to ignore it.
[01:49:24.780 --> 01:49:42.780]  Okay, that's what you hope happens, because then you go to the grand jury with criminal charges against her, and here are the charges. Since she is a magistrate and you filed the criminal charges with her, were they verified?
[01:49:42.780 --> 01:49:44.780]  Yes.
[01:49:44.780 --> 01:49:53.780]  Good. So you filed verified criminal affidavits with her. She had a duty to examine into the sufficiency of the allegations.
[01:49:53.780 --> 01:50:13.780]  And that's done in an examining court. And once she has finished, she is required to seal all documents had in the hearing in an envelope, cause her name to be written across the seal of the envelope, and forward it to the clerk of the court of jurisdiction.
[01:50:13.780 --> 01:50:36.780]  So, since these are mostly misdemeanors, misdemeanors and felonies, then you check with the district and county clerks to see if there is a, if there are documents referencing the accused with the county clerk.
[01:50:36.780 --> 01:50:57.780]  And when you don't find it, that's a reasonable, probable cause to believe that the magistrate secreted government documents from the person or office it is directed to, and that's a felony in the state of Texas.
[01:50:57.780 --> 01:51:10.780]  Well, I guess I was just laying groundwork for stage two, which is go to the district attorney and go to a different district judge, and then eventually I hope to get to the grand jury.
[01:51:10.780 --> 01:51:28.780]  Just, they're going to run the routine on them. Wonderful. So good for you. I've been the last few couple of days, working on a set myself that I'm going to file initially with Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
[01:51:28.780 --> 01:51:40.780]  It's kind of a technical, the way that I get there and I can go to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court because I filed a motion to disqualify the head administrative judge of the district.
[01:51:40.780 --> 01:51:55.780]  And when you disqualify him a motion to disqualify another judge, the head administrative judge of the district was required to notify the Chief Justice and he did not.
[01:51:55.780 --> 01:52:11.780]  I'm going to notify the Chief Justice. I'm planning to do something similar to that with my judge. He, I had a, tried to have a pretrial in February, 21st of February.
[01:52:11.780 --> 01:52:22.780]  It took a year and a month to get there and filed a document by someone else who thought that it was a good document, a former appellate judge.
[01:52:22.780 --> 01:52:31.780]  And my Travis County judge refused to even read it and ruled against it even though he said he's ever read it.
[01:52:31.780 --> 01:52:37.780]  That should get criminal charges against him in a motion to disqualify for incompetence.
[01:52:37.780 --> 01:52:46.780]  I plan on filing charges into the docket when I see him in April 25th. I'm going to recuse him on several...
[01:52:46.780 --> 01:52:49.780]  Do not recuse him. Disqualify him.
[01:52:49.780 --> 01:52:50.780]  Okay.
[01:52:50.780 --> 01:53:02.780]  He's incompetent. He's incompetent by way of refusal to perform his duty. He's not incompetent because he's not able to.
[01:53:02.780 --> 01:53:09.780]  He's incompetent because he's acting in violation of law and that makes him incompetent to sit as a judge.
[01:53:09.780 --> 01:53:16.780]  The disqualification motion invokes duties that a refusal does not.

[01:53:17.780 --> 01:53:19.780]  Make sure it's verified.

[01:53:40.780 --> 01:53:49.780]  I'm noting in a note that all the Sheriff County Travis County Sheriff's deputies do not have office. They just take a verbal oath.
[01:53:49.780 --> 01:53:53.780]  They don't take a written oath either to Texas or federal.
[01:53:53.780 --> 01:54:09.780]  And they don't have bonds apparently from what people have told me that the only office in the Sheriff's department that has a bond is just the Sheriff itself.
[01:54:09.780 --> 01:54:13.780]  But the officers are covered under the Sheriff's spot.
[01:54:13.780 --> 01:54:19.780]  And the Sheriff's bond is only $10,000.
[01:54:19.780 --> 01:54:26.780]  Well, that's interesting. Then the rest of it you may get from the individuals.
[01:54:26.780 --> 01:54:31.780]  If they've acted in violation of law, then you go after them personally.
[01:54:31.780 --> 01:54:39.780]  And the bond will indemnify up to $10,000 and then they're on their own.

[01:55:31.780 --> 01:55:41.780]  Well, to be honest with you, I have to thank you because I heard you on Alex Jones and you made me look up some of the actual statutes.
[01:55:41.780 --> 01:55:50.780]  You know, I was reading Supreme Court cases. I mean, this summer was my eye-opening constitutional Supreme Court case summer.
[01:55:50.780 --> 01:56:00.780]  And it's kind of because of that that I had somewhat enough knowledge to stand up to an animal control officer that was doing an illegal search.
[01:56:00.780 --> 01:56:07.780]  And it turned out that he didn't have a warrant to do so and he didn't even have an oath of office statement on file.
[01:56:07.780 --> 01:56:14.780]  And, you know, I stood up to him and he wouldn't leave. I told him he was trespassing because I asked for a warrant and he wouldn't leave.
[01:56:14.780 --> 01:56:22.780]  And so I had to call the sheriff's office and the sheriff was out here. I asked him to remove him.
[01:56:22.780 --> 01:56:26.780]  I told him he was criminally trespassing and he wouldn't leave.
[01:56:26.780 --> 01:56:37.780]  And he sided with the animal control officer. He later got reprimanded by the sheriff's because he did that because I called him to diffuse the situation. He made it worse.
[01:56:37.780 --> 01:56:51.780]  But anyway, they sent me a citation to the mail which, you know, with him not having an oath of office, you know, my understanding is he's sending a court summons or citation to me
[01:56:51.780 --> 01:56:58.780]  without being a court officer or even having a, you know, a peace officer oath of office statement to be issuing a citation.
[01:56:58.780 --> 01:57:01.780]  I mean, that's my understanding. I mean, what do you think?
[01:57:01.780 --> 01:57:15.780]  Just today I accused a judge of issuing a warrant when he lacked authority to do so, so I accused him of simulating a legal process.
[01:57:15.780 --> 01:57:26.780]  Yeah. Well, you know, what's funny about all this as well is the sheriff's office called the rangers to investigate this.
[01:57:26.780 --> 01:57:33.780]  You pick strangers and, you know, when I brought up the criminal trespass, I'll go ahead.
[01:57:33.780 --> 01:57:42.780]  Interesting thing about the rangers. The rangers may not investigate a public official
[01:57:42.780 --> 01:57:46.780]  without the written permission of the director.
[01:57:46.780 --> 01:57:52.780]  They are, they are for all intents and purposes, Department of Public Safety. They're under the same umbrella.
[01:57:52.780 --> 01:58:04.780]  Oh, okay. Well, see, I thought from, I was listening to you once, you Eddie, you said that it was only like the local authorities that could bring in the DPS to do any kind of investigating and stuff.
[01:58:04.780 --> 01:58:16.780]  So the director has to specifically authorize it. The DPS cannot enforce any law without our criminal law without the request of assistance from the locals.
[01:58:16.780 --> 01:58:18.780]  That's where the locals come in.
[01:58:18.780 --> 01:58:21.780]  You talk about it as far as enforcing.
[01:58:21.780 --> 01:58:23.780]  The criminal laws, yes.
